Starting point is 00:00:00 Brownback Morning's Power 106. Yeah. Morning. Morning, everybody. Happy National Tug of War Day. Whoa. Tug of War. Yes, and we are going to have a Tug of War contest.
Starting point is 00:00:12 We're not going to have a tug-off? Ew. I'm not trying to tug anybody. Dude, I didn't even think about it like that, so you say. So, yeah, Greg has been so excited. Yeah, yeah. We talked about it yesterday, like, that we're going to have a tug-of-war match between Greg C and Maximo. And apparently we're going to tug-e-all-mach-all-mach-all?
Starting point is 00:00:28 Apparently Greg has been practicing like ever since all day. He's been practicing for 24 hours straight. He's practicing my tugging. Yeah, he's Chris Tugger at this point. Hey. I know Greg is lonely. Do you guys feel, do either of you feel confident about? I feel confident in my tugging.
Starting point is 00:00:49 Yeah, I think I'm a win. I have a good arm strength. Yeah. Do you guys have like equal strength in each arm? I have a strategy to my tugging. So it's like a really good tugging. Do you lead with the right or the left or like You gotta start off like
Starting point is 00:01:02 That's a lot of questions You're asking him I know for something that's coming up later on I'm just trying to figure it out I'm just trying to figure it out Because the thing is Whoever wins Whoever wins is gonna have one lucky listener
Starting point is 00:01:16 When Rolling Loud VIP wristbands Yeah no pressure on YouTube Yeah that's two VIP wristbands To see ASAP Rocky who just got free Playboy Cardi Bestop Bluma YG sexy red Larry June, Dom Kennedy, and many, many more going down March 15th and 16th at Hollywood Park grounds next to SoFi Stadium.
Starting point is 00:01:36 Can't wait for this tugging competition. You know in Toy Story when he's like, I'm a hugger, well, I'm a tugger. Oh, my God. Flip that, flip that. That's a funny. Scrolling with the homie. The homie Gregorio. Gregory.
Starting point is 00:01:55 Gregory. Everybody keeps tagging me in this video on TikTok. Talk. Everyone. Everybody. I did it. I did it. Did you?
Starting point is 00:02:02 Did any of you guys? No. No. I'm getting tagged. Did you somebody? Yeah, you're somebody, maximum. You are somebody. What about me?
Starting point is 00:02:09 Today, you are somebody too, Angie. Thank you. What about Victor? Greg getting tagged and tugged. That's crazy. That is wild. There's a guy by the name of Easy Ben on TikTok who's going viral because he made a Cumbia version.
Starting point is 00:02:23 What's his name? Easy Bend. Oh, okay. It's literally the letter E, then Z and then Ben. And then he's going viral because he made a kumbia version of when Kendrick Lamar performed Not Like Us at the Super Bowl halftime show All right And I'm not kidding when everybody was been tagging me, they've been tagging me Like for real, for real.
Starting point is 00:02:38 And I'm not mad at it because it's pretty good. Like it sounds, it sounds pretty dope because he made that drawing He does all the instruments on his own. It's not a band. Oh, what? Oh, it's just easy band. One man band. One man band.
Starting point is 00:02:51 Listen to this. You're really about to do it? 40 acres in a mew, this is bigger than the music. you really about to do it? Yeah, they try to rid the game, but you can't fake influence Who can get on in like that? Hey, I'm tripping, I'm slacking, I'm running through the back, like back Say Drake, I hear you like him young, you've been not ever got to sell block one
Starting point is 00:03:12 To any, the talk to him they love Just make sure you have your little sister from him They tell me chelty only once get your hit me down Party at the party playing with his nose now Buck, I got a weird case why you see around certified lover boy certify I'm on the tough I'm gonna do my stuff Why you're truly like an ancient tire
Starting point is 00:03:34 Trying to strike a chord And it's probably a minor I'm not like this part of here I'm ready, ready? Nozotros no son Noos no son No sod's no son No such day not like us
Starting point is 00:03:48 Day not like us Day not like us He did the whole performance I'm not mad at I don't mean to sound like a hater But I wish you would have used This Kendrick's voice Yeah
Starting point is 00:03:58 Instead of him singing it I get it I'm a yeah I was viving more towards like the music. The music, yeah, the vocal delivery was a little off.
Starting point is 00:04:06 Yeah. They were practiced it a little more. But I like the point of it. Like, I like the idea of it. For sure. It's like a cumbia Northenia.
Starting point is 00:04:14 Yeah, you know what? It reminds me of like Grupo Frontera. Like I was expecting them to come in the background or something. Oh,
Starting point is 00:04:19 that'd be cool. I really, I just really like the like that part in Cumbia was fire. Yeah. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:04:26 I like the whole intro. How he made the whole like the... You're ready about to do it? Forty acres in the This is bigger than the music. But you see how he used like the vocals from the, he's really about to do it? I thought he was going to use the whole Kendrick part.
Starting point is 00:04:38 He did that too on his own. And he changed a couple lines. So like to me, I would have appreciated if he said 40 acres and a burro. You know what I'm saying? Yeah. It's like you have changed it. So like, you know, like it's like,
Starting point is 00:04:51 yeah, exactly. All in. Yeah. I don't know. Nosotros no son. Yeah. They're not like us. Nosotros no son.
Starting point is 00:05:00 I don't know. That's how he said it. Yeah. What did you think it sounds? I don't know. I would have not guessed that. Yeah. Yeah, I like the music part.
Starting point is 00:05:07 Can you play the music part one more time? Can you have a musical? You can not ever go to sell block one. To any, the talk to and make love. Is that part? Yeah. Even the drums. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:05:21 Party at the party playing with the snow snap. But I got a weird case why you see around. Certified. Lover Boy certified. I'm on the tough. That part. That part. See?
Starting point is 00:05:32 Yeah, I like that part. I like that part. Yeah. Yeah. It's good. That's good, though. You did it all about his own. Yeah, no.
Starting point is 00:05:37 Props to him. And put it in my set and I'm not going to put this in this. No? Why not? No. The people are tagging you, Gregi. Yeah. Everybody.
Starting point is 00:05:45 Everybody wants to take time. Everybody wants to hear it. What's the spot you go to? Indio. If I was at Indio and I was like right there by. Oh, boy. Yeah. They don't love that at Indian.
Starting point is 00:05:53 And all of a sudden I hear not like us coming up. But then you switch it to this? To a c. I'm losing my mind. I'm losing my mind. I'm losing my mind. I'm like, oh, my God, Greg, see? Somebody tag him and tug him right now.
Starting point is 00:06:05 I guess I have to play this version. I said someone else do it. That's going to happen? All right. Say, let's say someone else. You said what? It said someone else do it, not me, right? Yeah, you want to see that?
Starting point is 00:06:15 No, I'm going to look in the other direction. That's crazy. You're probably to yell that too. Oh, my God. Oh, my God. Somebody tug him. You're really about to do it? Shoutouts.
Starting point is 00:06:30 Frankie wants to shout out his girlfriend and he also wants to shout us out Frankie's girlfriend. Keeping a smile on people's faces. Frankie's girlfriend. No, he doesn't hear her name. He's her name. His girlfriend. It's private.
Starting point is 00:06:42 And then birthdays. Or he has multiple. Gabriel wants to give a birthday shout out to his son. Damn, Angie. I know. I came in very like, oh, drama.
Starting point is 00:06:52 Gabriel wants to give a birthday shout out to his son, Kenneth. He turned seven today. Kenneth. Monica wants to give a birthday shout-out to Esme, who turns six. Esme, six. They listen all the way from San Diego. Wow.
Starting point is 00:07:05 San Diego. And then Elias wants to shout out his girlfriend. It's her birthday. And he said he wanted a surprise her and tell her that they're going to Disneyland today. Oh, my husband. It would mean so much to the both of us that we might be crying mice in the car. Happy birthday. Wow.
Starting point is 00:07:25 I like that. They get the reference. Two weeks ago. Greg was two weeks ago damn it's been a lot of time yeah before Vegas it was two weeks ago have fun in Disney I hope you don't encounter any crying mice
Starting point is 00:07:39 yourself they're not yeah they were crying mice they're all of a sudden gone I know I'm not crying after Vegas they're not crying all right it's not even me there was crying mice in my house and now they're all of a sudden are not crying anymore I don't know what happened to it I don't even know I don't think that mice actually cried
Starting point is 00:07:56 They got buried deep inside brother that's what happens it only happened that one night That's it. They were drowned. I'm not going to say what kind of drink. Drowned them. But that's our shoutouts. That's our shout-outs.
Starting point is 00:08:08 Hey, all right. To Kenneth, Esme and Venencia. Feliz Cumpleanao's a D. Simp. Or P-I-M-P. Sip, Sip, Sip, Sip, Sip, Sip, Sip. Sip, Sip, Sip.
Starting point is 00:08:26 There's a video going viral. Of a man where everyone is saying that he's being a gentleman. Okay. And so in the video, you see that the man and his girlfriend swap shoes. So she was wearing heels. Oh, my God. Man wears partner's heels to give her feet relief. Oh, brother.
Starting point is 00:08:47 So he and her swap shoes because the heels were hurting her. So he's like, hey, take my shoes. I'll take your heels and we'll just walk like this. That is. Okay. Well, a few things. One, I'll start off by saying I'm all free quality. Okay.
Starting point is 00:09:02 But two, I don't know if you and your girl should share the same shoe size. I was thinking that too. It's a little too equal for me. I mean, she got big feet. Oh, my God. Or he's a little feet. How would you guys feel? Right there.
Starting point is 00:09:18 No, how would you guys feel like your girl and you are the same shoe size? You can share shoes? That's not my girl no more. That's my big bro. That becomes a problem. How embarrassing would be like, hey, can I rock those? Yeah. Oh, my God, babe, those are so cute.
Starting point is 00:09:35 Let me get those. Yeah, I don't care if they're, you know. Yeah, no, I would have a problem too. I'd be like, what the heck? Right. It's just like one of those unspoken things. Like, it's like, you know, like you're, you shouldn't have the same shoe size. You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:09:49 Like, I mean, I know that there's some, there's like a lot of short kings out there and their girls are taller than them. Yeah. Yeah. That's cool. I don't know why. I don't know why. that's fine with me.
Starting point is 00:09:58 Like, I don't really look twice. I'll be like, oh, okay, like he got some game. Like, he pulled this batty tall. That's how I feel with my girl wears heels. Yeah. So I'm like, I don't really mind. But it's just like the shoes is where I cross the line. The feet size, if they're like equal or her feet are bigger than his.
Starting point is 00:10:12 Like, imagine like you're like a size 10 and then she's a size 10. No, then that means that she's a size 12. Well, no. And guys. Yeah. No, no. A size 12 in women. And a size 10 and men.
Starting point is 00:10:23 Yeah. Yeah. At that point, it's just like a ball up. homie Check up Ball up top Winner wins the shoes You win the shoes
Starting point is 00:10:36 Oh man You can in like For a birthday or Christmas You gift your shoes you want Oh yeah Hold on actually That's a good idea Might not be so bad
Starting point is 00:10:47 Hold on There's benefits of that Just that part Just the Christmas part Gifting But I know Angie that you were saying This kind of was having you boil inside. No, because I was thinking I'm like, okay, as a girl, I'd be mad if my man was wearing
Starting point is 00:11:01 my shoes because I'm just thinking like you're stretching them and all that stuff. But then Big Meade of Violet Point's like, and he's like, he's like, he's casually walking in them too. Yeah, like he knows how to walk in them in that video, right? The video's up in Brown by Morning's 106 right now. I mean, the hill isn't crazy big where it's like, where she, where like you would think that it would hurt. Yeah. Like it looks like the heels. It's a baby heel. It's a baby heel. But what's a baby hill to you? I'm telling you, like, heels hurt. The thing is, like, okay, so this, this, just this past Saturday, we were, I was leaving
Starting point is 00:11:34 the Novo, and my girl said her feet hurt, right? So she's like, I want to take off my shoes and we're walking to the hotel, which wasn't far. And I was like, all right, cool, give me your shoes. I hold them. I'm still walking. She's barefoot. Yeah. If we had to switch, if she was like, let me wear your shoes because mine hurt, whatever,
Starting point is 00:11:52 I wouldn't put hers on. I just put her hand. Yeah. I just walk barefoot. Man. You know what I'm saying? Well, you have socks, so you wouldn't, yeah. I would expect that.
Starting point is 00:12:00 You know what I'm going? And then I throw the socks away. Walking in in LA. Oh, yeah, for sure. That's what I would usually do. Like, I would take off my socks and just give them to her so she's not barefoot on the floor. Yeah. So she at least has socks on, but just.
Starting point is 00:12:11 I mean, maybe dude's trying to be funny, you know? Yeah. That was ironic how good he was walking. Yeah, he's walking perfectly. I mean, they are, they're not big heels. It's like a one inch. And then usually don't, like, I feel like, most of the time. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:12:24 I see girls like when you they leave like clubs or something. Like they have like sandals in their clothes. Yes, I was going to say that. Nowadays it's like you can literally have them like rolled up like little slites. And they just like sliding to your phone. I mean, not to your phone, to your purse. Yeah. So like if she knows.
Starting point is 00:12:40 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Like now people know like your heels are your feet are going to hurt. You just bring extra shoes. So when I saw that video and you were showing them, Maximum, I'm like, what the? I almost curse. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:12:53 Because it's like you know we. got yourself into, just bring extra shoes, bring your chancla, something. So you're mad at her. I'm mad at her. Or just be barefoot and cut your feet at the bottom like a man. You know what I'm saying? Yeah. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:13:03 I don't know about walking barefoot in downtown LA though. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I don't. That's, that's risky. I mean, at least I would, you know, feel, er, yeah, I did that. So what's worse? Like, holding your girl's purse or wearing her heels? Wearing your heels? Wear your heels.
Starting point is 00:13:19 Because, like, holding your purse. I'll hold her purse and her heels of the same thing. You know what I'm saying? But it's the way you hold it. You know what I'm saying? You got to hold it like stick it out. But that can easily be like a duffel bag. You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:13:30 Like to the bottom to the side. You don't throw it over your shoulder? No. What's wrong with that? Do not. Yeah. This guy is definitely not pimped. There's nothing pimped about this.
Starting point is 00:13:44 I love it that he's looking out for his girl. But it's like you could have also told her like, hey, babe, I'll go get shoes for you, something like that. Yeah. Yeah. There's usually like stores open. I don't know. 7. At 2 a.m.
Starting point is 00:13:56 At 2 a.m. At 7.m. Yeah. Or he could, he could have carried her. Nah. Yeah. He could have been super pimp.
Starting point is 00:14:05 Yeah. This, what he did, he might, a pimp might approach him and be like, hey, I'm like how you walked in them heels,
Starting point is 00:14:11 boy. He might find one. Yeah. Sib. Sib. All right, check this out, homie. You need a homie or need some help.
Starting point is 00:14:19 We need your hair. We need a line. I mean, phone line. Got you for the homie helpline. Michelle needs our help. Michelle. Michelle sent us a DM, Michelle, and said, hey guys, I'm in desperate need of the homie helpline.
Starting point is 00:14:37 All right. She said I was exclusively dating a guy and he started ghosting me. But we worked together. Oh, a co-worker. Yes. So he said, she said, that sucks. He does not want to explain anything and was acting weird. I've struggled to get past it since he was avoiding me.
Starting point is 00:14:57 However, now he's scheduled to work with me a lot next month. I don't know what changed, but he was so warm at first. Then last November, he went cold, then ignored me and blocked me, even though we work together. We have some control of when we get to work, so I knew he was avoiding me. Now all of a sudden, he wants to work with me twice a week. I haven't heard from him. I haven't even heard from him. I just saw it on our schedule.
Starting point is 00:15:22 I just don't know how to feel. Before he ghosted me, we were dating for like two months, but it went fast because we had mutual friends and just seemed to vibe well. We started meeting each other's families too. And after he failed to slash refuse to explain his change of heart, I just left him without even a goodbye hug because the vibe was not right. Something was off. Can you guys please help me out? They met the fam already too? That's wild.
Starting point is 00:15:48 I think it's pretty clear what it went on here. What? So November. Yeah, November. Yep, Thanksgiving. He's hungry. Followed by Christmas. So the holidays.
Starting point is 00:15:59 He's lonely. What just passed right now? Valentine's Day. Mm-hmm. Now he wants to spin the block. It's clear. Oh my God. It's clear.
Starting point is 00:16:05 This is big. For the holidays. This is big. No, it was me in the past, but like, it's so clear. No, he did a reverse a reverse big. He saved 150, but. Saved a lot of money. Saved a lot of money.
Starting point is 00:16:20 He saved Thanksgiving, a knitted sweater that he probably had to buy. Christmas. Oh, Christmas gifts November. Yeah, he went on New Year's too, probably. New Year's, he avoided that. And then as soon as Valentine's Day is over, he's like, boom, I'm back, baby. And now he'll stick around until summer, till, you know. Another three months and then.
Starting point is 00:16:40 Yeah. Just enjoy the three months. Don't worry about it. Don't ask me what happened in the past three months. He wasn't emotionally ready to spend the holidays. He had a lot going on. That's what you guys say. He had a lot going on.
Starting point is 00:16:52 No, no, no. Normally. You just don't say anything. You just don't say anything. You just go like, ghost like this one. Yeah, and then you reappear. Wow. Hey, girl.
Starting point is 00:16:57 And what excuse do you give the girl? Nothing. Yeah, I was going through a lot. Yeah, I was going through a lot. I don't want to talk about it. It's just a holiday season, you know. I don't want to talk about money. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:17:04 Have you ever gone through the holidays alone? There's a classic. My, one has passed away. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. But she probably knows the grandparents if she met the family.
Starting point is 00:17:13 True. And then she's going to see the grandparents and be like, I thought you were dead. Reing heartening. No. No. No. No. No.
Starting point is 00:17:21 They got better. They got better Yeah, I mean That's kind of all like a thing I mean either that or like He had like a girl from the past Like pop up on him or something During the holidays
Starting point is 00:17:33 He's either yeah I think he's either ghosting her For the holidays to not spend any money Yeah And be able to save Which is possible yeah Or Because guys do that
Starting point is 00:17:41 He had someone that Previous to her That he went back to for the holidays And she left him And now he's back Yeah Baby I'm back Yeah
Starting point is 00:17:50 but both sketchy situations yeah yeah I mean she doesn't like she needs our help yeah because they work together too I think the hard part is that she's gonna see him regardless like either together or not well she's been avoiding him for months the worst part is that he's just gonna pop up like literally
Starting point is 00:18:11 like nothing happy like what are you mad how's it going? What's so stranger Dan looking good kind of give me a hug bye you don't even know me anymore You guys are so dumb. I still got your gift at my house. You're going to act like that.
Starting point is 00:18:27 You know? That's wild. You guys are really dumb. Why would people do this? Why are you guys like that? Crazy. Long time no see, huh? Wow, where you been?
Starting point is 00:18:38 Where you been? I've been trying to work with you. How's your parents? How's your dog? How's your dog? Oh my God. What you get for Christmas? What you get for Christmas?
Starting point is 00:18:48 I hope you and your family had a blessed holiday. I was thinking about you the whole time Isn't it cool that we get to work together again? Yeah, what a crazy. This is wild. You guys are like that. No, no, I just see the plays as they happen. You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:19:07 Okay, so she should just be like not even give him a chance or anything like that. No. Does she even be mad? Give him a chance. He's available for the next three months. Yeah. So he should. He should.
Starting point is 00:19:18 he should treat him like a, I don't know, like a fling. Is that like, we guys mean? That's how he's treating her. He's not, because if he was like... It seems like maybe Michelle actually fell for him and actually has feelings for him. And then she said, I was exclusively dating. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:19:33 She didn't say we were exclusively dating. Yeah. So she was dating him, but he wasn't dating her. You know what I was saying? Yeah, but the fact that, like, they met each other's family too. You don't meet anyone's family just like that. I think there's some. people that are just dogs enough that don't
Starting point is 00:19:50 care. Yeah. Just Every three months. Make a great impression. I think it means more to like the girl in their relationship than the guy when it comes to me and the family. Okay. Because it's like, oh, that's my there. That's my mom right there. Come on. What I will say
Starting point is 00:20:06 though is sometimes like you don't really have control over like when you meet a person, right? So you could meet them like right at the start of the holidays or right before their birthday and you get put in like a weird, um, comfortable situation, right? It's like I have like, I have a friend who we were talking recently and he was telling me how he is liking this girl.
Starting point is 00:20:27 But then all of a sudden here comes Valentine's Day. And it's like, it's a little too soon to like do the most for Valentine's Day. So he didn't know what to do. He said he was like caught in a crazy like I don't want to seem like I like her too much. But then I also don't want to seem like a jerk, you know. So he was like kind of explaining that and it's like, yeah, it's tough. It is. It's awkward.
Starting point is 00:20:44 Like I started talking to a girl once where it was her birthday like a month in. Yeah. I was just like, do I go out? Yeah, no, I agree with you. I think that part it's always, like, tricky because it's like it's fresh, but you don't want to sound like a jerk. Mm-hmm. So, yeah, it's tricky. And so he met her or at least he was, you know, dating her.
Starting point is 00:21:03 And then all of a sudden the holidays are coming up and he's like, dang, now, you know, I have to bring her to like maybe my family dinners. Yeah. You know, have to bring her around to Christmas. Yeah. All these things. Then New Year's. And it's like maybe he just wasn't sure, didn't want to fully commit that whole thing. Because once that happens.
Starting point is 00:21:17 now you get asked about them every single holiday after. And La Noviya? Get over it. Go ahead. No, it's our whole family. Get over it. Dog, it's been almost two years already. Relax.
Starting point is 00:21:33 Oh, it has a house. Yeah. It's like Jesus. Seems like just yesterday. But she was so sweet. Oh, my God. Whatever happened with you guys? I just heard that, what, Super Bowl party?
Starting point is 00:21:45 Yeah. It's been like three Super Bowls. So he was afraid of like, I guess, risking that, you know what I'm saying? And getting into that and making it very, getting it very serious, very fast. Do you know what I'm saying? Did she say how long they were talking? Two months. Two months.
Starting point is 00:22:00 That's a long long time. Oh, yeah, Michelle. No, two months. You met the family? Two months. Two months is a short time. That's a lot of that. I can tell you as somebody who was a serial two-monther.
Starting point is 00:22:10 Serial two-monther. It went like this. Yeah. Barely got to know you. Oh, but you were. would have the girls meet your family too, no? No. Like in too much?
Starting point is 00:22:21 My sister doesn't count. Oh. She was my wing woman. See, for a girl? A girl, like, that was like, wow, he introduced me to his sister. Yeah, to us? See, okay. To us, it's like, wow, he's taking me seriously because he brought me around.
Starting point is 00:22:35 And now I met his family, his mom. His mom likes me. Like, oh, my God. Why do girls do that? Why? Because to us, that is a big, that is a big deal. It's like, you don't, as a girl, it's like, you don't bring, any guy around.
Starting point is 00:22:48 So I'm assuming the same thing for you. No, because like, but apparently not. It's not the same at all. Like, when I've hung out with my sister with girls that I've, like, talked to before, and they will literally tell my sister, like, they vent to her.
Starting point is 00:23:00 Like, oh my God, I'm obsessed with your brother. And she's like, bro, you don't even know this guy. And it's also like, bro, I'm on his side. Yeah. No matter what. Honestly, I think for dudes, it's probably the mom. The mom is like the key piece that is like, if they introduce mom, then it might be serious.
Starting point is 00:23:17 But dad, sister, siblings, cousins, they don't even matter. Even dad? Dad don't care. Yeah, my dad, yeah. If a girl were to meet my dad, I'd be like, yeah, don't even bother with that guy. I'm learning a lot. No, but every girl that I've talked to that's met my sister, they all of a sudden, like, get this obsession of, like, boom, like, they're in love with me. I'm like, what's why just because it's my sister?
Starting point is 00:23:44 Yeah. And she sits. And they just want you. Sometimes they're like, uh, okay, all right, that's weird. Like, all they get creeped out. Well, she gets creeped out. Oh, your sister gets out. Yeah, because they start venting to her like, oh my God, your brother, your brother.
Starting point is 00:23:57 What? She's like, that guy? Yeah. You remember that? It's like, that's what I'm asking. Like, why is it such a big thing when girls meet their sister or like their siblings? Because it's like your family. You just don't introduce anyone to your family.
Starting point is 00:24:09 But I just certain that you guys do, including the dad, doesn't matter. No, no. Anyone can meet the family. I think every person has. like a sacred family member. Yeah. Perhaps. You know what I'm like,
Starting point is 00:24:19 you don't get to meet the person unless like it's really, really serious. Mom. Yeah. It could be mom, grandma, you know. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:24:25 You know, in my case like my son, you know what I'm saying? Kids, you know what I'm saying? So it's like it's like, it's like levels to it. Yes,
Starting point is 00:24:33 you met some family members. You met a family member, you know? But it's like doesn't necessarily me from family member. Exactly. And we won't tell you which one until I meet them.
Starting point is 00:24:42 I don't introduce everybody to my third cousin twice removed. You know? Well, we have Michelle on the line, right? Oh, yeah. We have Michelle. We have a show on the line.
Starting point is 00:24:54 What's up, Michelle? Hi, Michelle. Did you soak up all this game we were dropping? Did you know all that? Oh, yeah. Yeah, I got the gems. Yeah, like, I didn't realize that it didn't mean anything to guys. Right?
Starting point is 00:25:08 We didn't say that. Michelle, I'm with you. I'm learning. It means. It just doesn't mean anything. It's not as deep as you think it is. It's like a spectrum. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:25:16 You cross the level one. They don't say what they think. They don't say what they think is the issue. And that's the problem I had. Like, he ghosted me for a month, literally a month, before I cornered him at work. Hey, yo. That's a, that's hard about that. There's a lot of weird details, guys.
Starting point is 00:25:39 But I don't know if we want to have time. I got a lot of good gems. Well, talk to us. Like when starting this relationship, obviously two months, like how, how did it happen? Like, why did it go so fast into meeting family? Okay. So, yeah. So he is somebody that he was once my boss.
Starting point is 00:26:02 And he started working at a place where I was working at, but not as management. And then he was telling me to work at the place that he, that I once worked at with him. and um but he wouldn't be my boss or anything but he was going to help me get a job there and it was closer to my work it was just perfect and um so that's also a reason why i don't even want to leave because like it's convenient for you yeah and then um like he didn't tell me that there's this girl at work that he was like um like banging but he was not a boss lady at all she's a Karen she's a Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
Starting point is 00:26:47 No cursing. No cursing. Can you please do not curse? We're going to have to end. But I get it, you're mad. I'd be mad too. Okay, sorry, sorry. It's okay.
Starting point is 00:26:55 Yeah, so, um, okay, anyway, so yeah, so anyway, I didn't know that, but she was an HR lady. Oh, my. Oh, oh. And this is while I'm, I'm getting on boarded. Mm-hmm. He was getting on boarded, too. Yeah, I think there's a lot of boarding going on.
Starting point is 00:27:13 And, like, he was telling me not to say. anything about it, but I just did anyway. I didn't care. Ooh. Okay, so you confronted HR ladies. Actually, I did care, but I didn't like it when she was coming into the office and talking to both of us because she was being really annoying to me. What? So how do you tell HR about this one?
Starting point is 00:27:33 HR is involved. Yeah. HR is the third member of the triangle. Trying to get me fired, but actually my manager stood up for me. Wow. So she can't do anything. So that's another issue And the reason that my
Starting point is 00:27:49 Yeah So my manager Doing that might have been the reason why My ex is coming around I don't know Because like we were not allowed to work together Apparently Okay
Starting point is 00:28:02 And how fresh did the HR and manager Or your ex Like how fresh was that relationship It wasn't even a relationship Really It was like the hook up thing and um it was just happening on and off i guess like while they're working together um but it wasn't even something i was upset about but i could tell that she was attached and jealous
Starting point is 00:28:30 and um like she would be like oh she's not wearing a bra that's not allowed and uh are you all work yeah yeah Greg wants an application can i is is there open uh applications here or something I got my resume right here So when he came back How did he try to come back to you? What was he like spitting game? Like, oh, what was so cool? He wasn't spitting game.
Starting point is 00:28:56 Actually, like, he accidentally saw me Because I covered a shift for somebody So I wasn't supposed to see him I ended up seeing him Three times instead of like once in a week And I just I don't have any feelings for him because when you go somebody, you feel, I feel like somebody is, like, weak and they can actually say what they think.
Starting point is 00:29:20 So I lost a lot of attraction for him. And I could tell that he was just kind of like looking and gauging and stuff, how I feel. And, like, I really just don't care at this point. You're over here. Yeah, I am. But I've thought about if I want to be nice about it. and I tried to reach out to him and be civil about it, and he continued to... You're not over it.
Starting point is 00:29:49 And so whenever he has to call and say, like, oh, I'm going to be late, like, he has to actually call the facility and, like, get through to somebody because I blocked him. Oh. And so, like, there's all this crap, but it's like, it wasn't even that serious. Why the hell did you have to, like, wait a month. ghost me and then like have me have to make me go out of my way to like corner him and like get also no explanation and when you cornered him he didn't tell you anything he just stayed quiet no no he didn't tell me anything um but another another another detail is is that right before that the ghosting thing happened we were both on vacation um we were both on vacation um we were both on
Starting point is 00:30:39 for like a month in the Philippines and like together? You went together? No not together we happened to be going at the same time What? That's a big coincidence. But you guys like Yeah so there's a lot of weird coincidences
Starting point is 00:30:55 That made us gel together really fast So did you guys end up meeting up Like during vacation? So that was the thing There was one day that we could have met up and we were talking all the way up until that point, like it was going to happen. And then he ghosted me on the day that we were supposed to hang out.
Starting point is 00:31:18 And there is like a typhoon or something. I'm like, gosh, there must be something wrong with the Internet. And then, like, I could tell somebody's reading my text messages but not responding. Oh, yeah. So it's like, I was like, shit, did he lose his phone? Like, everything. Oh, I'm sorry. Yeah, did he lose his phone like anything?
Starting point is 00:31:36 anything and I thought that maybe he was kidnapped, who knows, anything. Right, you were aware, he was. He was kidnapped, yeah, he was. So like, I waited, I went back home to the U.S., and he was coming home after me, so I had to wait until he came back.
Starting point is 00:31:58 And apparently he did lose his phone, but it's just such a weird coincidence. Yeah, like it was just a sketchy situation. Yeah, so I'm just like the whole situation was weird to me like his energy was just off like he didn't seem like the same person. So I to me, I'm saying like I think that he's hiding something. Yeah. So I don't need to know what it is. It's just something that like I am curious.
Starting point is 00:32:26 What's your theory on it? Like what do you think happen? I think maybe he had a problem with his dad. like he doesn't have a great relationship with him and he saw him and um i think that also it could have it might be like partying too hard and who knows what could have happened he could have blacked out yeah did something yeah and um like i should have known but um also like weirdly weirdly enough we started off as not exclusive like polyamorous and decided we wanted it to be exclusive with each other so it's like after all this yeah after all this I tried my hardest to make
Starting point is 00:33:12 sure that this exact thing wouldn't happen like I wanted the communication to be good right but oh well and just question which family members did you meet um I met his sister his um cousin and his son. He has two sons. He met the son. He's a veteran. Yeah. He met my daughter.
Starting point is 00:33:40 My grandma. He did like a blessing thing to my grandma. Oh my God. This guy's sick. This guy. He made the typhoon. He made the typhoon. He lost his phone.
Starting point is 00:33:54 He did the blessing to your grandma. Yeah. Yeah. And did you believe? You got all that? Oh, man. Like, do you guys have social media, like, where you guys, maybe, like, he shared pictures with you? No, like, he's just from a different generation.
Starting point is 00:34:14 They don't like it. I mean, he's, like, 45 or something. But, like, I'm... How old are you? I am. I'm 35. Okay. I'm on Instagram, and he just doesn't go on there, and, like, he doesn't use his Facebook.
Starting point is 00:34:28 So I don't know what to think about it if he's like just private or just doesn't care. Or has a separate profile? Or yeah. With his family? Yeah. Maybe. Maybe. Do you think it had anything to do with like him just not necessarily wanting to commit like during the holidays and stuff like that?
Starting point is 00:34:48 I mean, I've thought about that. Yeah. Because that's what the guys were thinking. It's like the gasoline pouring on the fire. It didn't need to happen, you know, like. It didn't have to be that fast. Yeah. But we were already going that fast, and I think it was just our personalities, and, like,
Starting point is 00:35:07 I just wanted to see how things would go, and everything seemed right. Like, our families and our friends kind of knew each other, and they liked the idea of us together. So it was weird because I was just not seeing this coming, and, like, I don't really hold prejudice. I'm just confused. I like to know what's going on. And I don't like this. A 45-year-old doing these type of moves is a lot of questions. It is. Yeah. No, I get you. Well, Michelle, we're going to get some calls. We're going to help you out. We're going to see what they say. Yeah, what do you need help exactly with though? Like, what is it? What do you want? Do you want to know what is it? I don't, I don't want to give him a chance. But if there is a compelling reason for me to
Starting point is 00:35:55 give him a chance. I'd like to know it. But I don't, I can't, I can't think of it. It's like, I'm really trying hard to like him. He's really giving me nothing. Yeah. What is it about him that you liked? Like, you fell for?
Starting point is 00:36:09 I mean, I really, I think that he's funny and, um, he's sweet when I don't know if that's his real personality though. Like, maybe, maybe this is just not his real personality. Yeah. I'm trying to just not be, what is it called, have limerent. So I want to know how to be around him when I'm at work. Oh, just like keep it cordial. Okay.
Starting point is 00:36:38 Yeah. But if there's a chance, then you'll go for it. I don't know. To be honest, I want to make him pay. I want him to be upset that I'm not into him anymore. And then the grand finale will be better. And he might just not want to work with me anymore and that's fine, but I'm not, I'm not going to, I'm not going to leave the workplace. I like the workplace.
Starting point is 00:37:04 You shouldn't leave. You shouldn't have to leave over that. Yeah, but he does work well with others. Very well. And with HR. Yeah. All right. All right.
Starting point is 00:37:16 We're trying to find her somehow. We're going to see. And Michelle. Allers, they are not hiring. Yeah. They are not hiring at this freaky place of business. All right. Michelle was dating this guy for about two months.
Starting point is 00:37:29 Then he started ghosting her back in November. All of a sudden, they also worked together. All of a sudden, he started getting shifts with her and trying to act like nothing's happening. Michelle also got on the phone and told us even more crazy details. They went on vacation to the same place at the same time. He didn't want to meet up because there was a monsoon typhoon that knocked out the internet right before they were going to meet up. That's wild. That excuse?
Starting point is 00:37:54 The place that he was at was called Typhoon. I think so. Maybe. No service in there? Yes. Maybe, yes. Surrounded by moistness. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:38:03 It was wet. Ew. She got ghosted ever since then. She also came to find out that he was sleeping with the HR lady. And there is a place called Typhoon. Okay. All right. So maybe he's online?
Starting point is 00:38:20 Yeah, he was sleeping with the HR lady. So the work situation. HR lady too. She's tripping. She is wilding. She's tripping. But that's the plug. He locked in the super plug.
Starting point is 00:38:30 He locked in his job. That's what you did. He's not going nowhere. He's never going nowhere. So she doesn't know what to do. She loves her job. She enjoys working there. But he just works with others a little too well.
Starting point is 00:38:42 Way too well. Way too well. And she doesn't know what to do. She says she wants to just know why it happened. And maybe if there were some crazy circumstances that would explain why he ghosted her. for three months, then maybe she'd take him back, but she really doesn't know what to. And the truth is, she still likes the dude.
Starting point is 00:39:02 Yeah. She's trying to, you know, she kind of is hoping not to liking. She's hoping for like an excuse. But she likes him. And she's like trying to find an excuse to not like him because she knows if they work together eventually they're going to probably like, yep. Even though she said she was over it. Yeah, she said she's over it.
Starting point is 00:39:20 No. But then she said, like, I need a reason not to like him. pretty much yeah basically all right so we're going to go to aubri in pasadena online for Aubrey abri hello hi Aubrey good morning good morning how are you guys great just trying to help Michelle out over here yeah yeah well my middle name is Michelle and I've been in a very similar situation oh my gosh oh my gosh please do tell I'm proud to call in and help us to stare out yes please what happened with your situation.
Starting point is 00:39:55 Okay, so mine was not three months. It was like literally four or five years long. Oh, what? That's like a whole relationship. Granted, like I was, so when it all started, I was like in high school and then it like went all the way through college. So like if this guy is 45 years old and pulling all this nonsense, like no, that's that's literally ridiculous.
Starting point is 00:40:20 You're right. Old dog doing old tricks. Literally. Teenager behavior. But what I was going to say was like there's literally no point. It's not fair to her to like keep entertaining this guy
Starting point is 00:40:35 and making it think he has a chance. So that way whenever he does feel like he finally is like ready or like just wants to you know like hook up or something like then he knows that he can because she keeps like giving him the time of day. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:40:51 And that's like exactly what I did. Like, I feel like, you know, I kind of was like, I knew, like, a lot about his personal life. And, like, he confided in me because I was, like, the only one that would listen because, again, I was getting in the time of day. So it's like if you keep, like, repeating that cycle, you know, all these years later, so nothing's going to happen. But you're going to feel like you have this obligation to, like, help this guy out or, like, even just be there for him. He opened up about his grandma, huh? Oh. Oh, mine?
Starting point is 00:41:20 No, no, no. He opened up about his grandma. Like he was just like telling you everything. Literally. And so it's like, yeah, like it's like it's in theory it's nice, but it's like you can't like you just have to cut it off and like not even give it the time of day. And then finally when I moved on, I got yelled out for it. And I'm like, dude, we weren't even together.
Starting point is 00:41:39 That's the hard. That's the weird thing is that no one even knew about it because he didn't want anyone to know about it. So it's like, yeah. Oh. Yeah. So you just like you can't even entertain it because yeah, especially at 45 years old. He's not going to come around.
Starting point is 00:41:52 And when he does, it's not going to be for a long time. So, like, just cut it, like, cut it off. And, like, that sucks that, like, they work together. But, like, stay at the job. If it's something you like to do, why are you going to be the one that has to leave when he's the one messing up? Yeah. So, like, you know, just don't even pay him any kind of time of day.
Starting point is 00:42:08 I know that's easier said than done. It's just yours with them. But, like, there's nothing you can do other than just, like, cut him off, man. Like, that's it. Yeah. What would you do about the HR situation? He can't go. I have no idea.
Starting point is 00:42:22 That is freaking wild. Literally crazy because who would you complain to about that? Yeah. And you can't. You crack the code without me. Like CEO? Like I don't know. I don't know what place she works out.
Starting point is 00:42:36 But like there needs to be some kind of complaint. But then I guess it's fair say. But that's a whole other legal situation. I have no idea. Yeah. Who is HR's like a boss? I think that's what she needs to go to. It's going to start snitching.
Starting point is 00:42:47 Yeah. Is it the person that runs HR? Is it just someone that works in HR? You know? Yeah, yeah. We don't know that part. This is a code that's been uncracked, and I feel like... Oh, I never thought of it.
Starting point is 00:42:59 He kind of is controlling. Don't get any ideas. He has this job under control. Oh, yeah, he does. Oh, yeah. Well, thank you, Aubrey. So she should just cut it off altogether. Cut it off.
Starting point is 00:43:11 Cut it off. You have to. Especially because, like, if it's only been three months, I feel like it's, like, way easier, but I don't know. Yeah. Like, I feel like there's just, there's no. point. When you were in this five year kind of situation
Starting point is 00:43:26 were there any moments you wanted to cut it off and you found yourself going back? Oh, so many times. So many times. But I felt bad because I was like, oh, well, it's been all this time. And like, I know things about him. And like, I also like knew like his family just from like other things too. So it was like difficult because I didn't want to make everything complicated and then when everything
Starting point is 00:43:50 when you know when everything blew up then it was like it got even more messy so it's like you just have to cut it off like there's like I know that's tough but you just have to there's no point because then because then you get even more emotionally attached than you already are
Starting point is 00:44:06 so it's like you just have to who was the first family member you met the sister wait say that one more time who was the first family member you met the sister the cousin oh let me think Well, like, that's the thing.
Starting point is 00:44:20 So, like, he didn't even want anyone to really know. So, like, we never hung out like that. And, like, he knew my family because we went to, like, the same high school and, like, we're in the same circles. But, like, it wasn't like we ever hung out like that. So, I mean, that's even, I mean, that's a whole other thing. Impressive. Well, that's the thing.
Starting point is 00:44:37 Aubrey was cool with it, right, Aubrey? Like, you were okay with not meeting his family and vice versa? Well, I, well, so there was one time where I did hang out with his family. But again, like I said, like, I knew his family. family like from like other things just because like I like also like was in different activities like with his sister but like we knew each other's families but it wasn't ever like we were dating or anything and and this whole time like that you guys were having this situation in your mind did you ever see this like hey down the line am I turned into something real or did you always know like
Starting point is 00:45:10 this is the this is what we're doing and I'm a stay in this lane yeah I feel like I was always hopeful that it would get into something more yeah because I felt like, like, he maybe just needed a little more time. But then I feel like deep in my, like, heart and soul, I knew that, like, he, it would never really happen, but I was always very hopeful. I was like, oh, we probably could. But, like, I think I, like, my, like, I'm, I'm a smart cookie. I was like, no, no, I don't really feel like it's ever actually going to happen.
Starting point is 00:45:39 Uh-huh. So, and because we weren't really, like, dating, dating, then he was, like, with other girls at some points, and, like, which I was fine with, but, like, that's the thing is, like, It just becomes so complicated that, like, it comes to a point where you literally can't do anything about it. And then finally he was like, I want to be together. I was like, after all this time, after everything I've done, now you want to? I'm moved on. When it's too late.
Starting point is 00:46:04 Exactly. I'm 27. Greg wants to don't have you ever dated a DJ. Yeah. You have any kids? He's asking if you have five more years and you. Yeah. You have any kids any more?
Starting point is 00:46:15 Hold on. Good question. All right. Thank you, Aubrey. We're going to get you off the line. Good, bye. Thank you. Thank you, Aubrey. We send you off. We send you off. Greg. Yeah. DJ Greg C. right now on Instagram. All right. Let's go to Brian and Linwood on line six. Brian. Brian.
Starting point is 00:46:34 Oh, y'all, what's up in the morning? What up, Brian? How are we going to help Michelle? She was talking to her coworker for two months, and he ghosted her about three months ago. Now he wants to spin the block. And now she doesn't know what to do about it. Well, you hit it right on the target. He said he ghosted her around the perfect time. You know,
Starting point is 00:46:55 holidays. You know, and everything that was happening. So he had to kind of get rid of her, you know, for a little bit and then come back. Get rid of her? I feel like the only way that she's going to get them back is to actually work with her, you know, wear something right and wear something tight. And I just start flirting what everybody had worked.
Starting point is 00:47:15 Everybody around her. Wait, this is advice for Michelle or for the ghost. guy? Advice for her. She could, you know, make herself look good and then just come right. And they said, and then he's going to come around and ignore him. Michelle already said she doesn't wear, you know,
Starting point is 00:47:31 bras to work, so probably one step ahead. Probably one step ahead. One step ahead. So, and then start flirting with everybody in the office, basically. Start flirting with everybody. Dave, no, no, no. Because if she starts doing that, then that's when you guys start saying, like, oh, she's for the street.
Starting point is 00:47:46 She's for everyone. That's not advice for giving you. was he? He's for HR. Yeah, he's with the phone. He is with HR. No, it's not bad. I don't think it's bad advice. Yeah, because he's going to be sick. Yeah, he's going to be mad.
Starting point is 00:48:00 That was my little year. Now she's everybody's little. Everyone's a little year. Thank you, Brian. Thank you, Brian. Yeah. All right. Okay. Let's go to Diana in NoHo.
Starting point is 00:48:15 Diana. Diana. On line one. Buenos deia. How are we going to help Michelle? She's in a pickle. Michelle. We had Michelle 1 and Michelle number 2. I know.
Starting point is 00:48:29 I know. Both of them. These Michelle's out here. Both of them. Have you ever been a Michelle, Diana? Have I what? Have you ever been a Michelle? No. Okay, good.
Starting point is 00:48:38 I'm all good. Do you know any Michelle's? Do you know any Michelle's? Yeah, I do. You actually made me go back to like someone I worked with a long time ago. You thought about that. You're like, oh. Maybe they went through the same thing.
Starting point is 00:48:51 So what advice would you get? Probably. Right? But you know what? Yeah, with Michelle number one, okay? Girl, he's just not into you. Yeah, guys, you know what I mean? When fishing, caught something, put it back in the ocean.
Starting point is 00:49:10 Yeah, and the thing is that when you get your everything with your life still. Yeah. That makes sense. And then again. He never met Bowser. What? He beat the levels. Can you think about Mario?
Starting point is 00:49:36 Yeah, he's the greatest to Mario right now. Different levels. Yeah. No, seriously, yeah, because you have to learn. And how do you feel about him ghosting her from November to February? That was obvious. That was obvious. That's your fresh.
Starting point is 00:50:06 Like, if it's not consistent, the way when it started, especially when it's fresh or when I duck for later. And you never miss. Yeah. We have to shame the guy, too, though. Yeah, yeah. He's working with everybody. That's a dog. He has a dog in him.
Starting point is 00:50:31 Private meetings. Can't miss the bread with the head. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Have you ever spun the block before like that? Have you ever gone back to somebody? Have you ever let somebody come back into your life like that?
Starting point is 00:50:51 No. No. No, because Diana don't play. And I think me and Michelle around the same. 85, I was kind of like, you know what? If it's not serious, I'm out. Yeah. I'm good.
Starting point is 00:51:05 Greg is not there yet. And you can't be yourself. I mean, that's the thing, too. That if you don't live. I feel that. Diana stands on business. Yeah, she does. She knows what she wants.
Starting point is 00:51:35 Michelle needs to. She knows her very. Michelle's need to talk to Diana. Exactly. You need to private counsel her. So Michelle shouldn't give. Michelle shouldn't be giving this guy another chance. She should just get over it.
Starting point is 00:51:50 No, because then she's going to be here we are five years later and he didn't even give a damn. Okay, thank you, Diana. Sounds boring. Yeah, thank you guys. Thank you. That sounds boring. It sounds boring. It sounds mature because that's the right thing to do.
Starting point is 00:52:06 Dana's very mature. That doesn't sound really fun. It sounds really like. You want the drama. Greg likes been in the block. Yeah, but that dude is like. 45. Yeah, he's never going to settle. He's probably watching bingo or something at home.
Starting point is 00:52:15 He needs something to do. Hey, I like how we were saying that the 42-year-old woman yesterday was super old. And we haven't mentioned this once about him being old. The whole one time I've been thinking in my head, I was like, I mean, he's not old old. Oh, no. But 42, yesterday we were like, oh, she only got a couple days left. She's getting close to that age. Now, this guy got a cane.
Starting point is 00:52:39 Yeah, all right. Let's go to Donna on line 7 in Laguna, Miguel. Donna. Rich. Donna. Donna. Donna. Donna.
Starting point is 00:52:48 Donna. Hi. Hi, Donna. What are you doing in Laguna? What are you doing? What is you saying? She got it. She just keeps doing her.
Starting point is 00:53:05 Okay. All right. And yeah, no, she doesn't need no man. Like the other one said, she's good. She's got it. She's on lock. She, you know, it sucks because it's HR, you know, that's a tough one. But her manager out of their back, then she has nothing to know her about.
Starting point is 00:53:19 Yeah. So do you think that she should just, I mean, I think the hardest thing with her is that she wants to cut them off but can't. Yeah. What's a tip for, like, cutting off? Like, how do you, like, stay strong when you, you know, still have feelings for a person? Have temptation. Yeah. Yeah, there's still feeling.
Starting point is 00:53:41 It's a tough one. It is a tough one. But, I mean, if she just focuses on herself, tries to put time to more time to herself, maybe she'll start losing, you know, start losing feelings and just kind of, and if it's easier said than done, right? Yeah. Always. But at that point, if he's already messing around or if he's already, you know, moving on technically, you know,
Starting point is 00:54:04 he really doesn't care. Yeah, he's worried about getting onboarded by a chart. Yeah. Thank you, Donna. Exactly. Yeah. Nope. Thank you.
Starting point is 00:54:13 Okay. I want to point out that Umberto wrote Laguna Miguel that's what I'm saying Laguna Miguel No Laguna Miguel Like with the end
Starting point is 00:54:23 Like with the end right Yeah And like Nancy Not Miguel Umberto I've died All the time I picked up the light
Starting point is 00:54:29 I was like Laguna Miguel Yeah I was like he changed it I saw that Umberto And it still spelled wrong Come on Humbert Laguna Miguel is so funny bro
Starting point is 00:54:39 Oh man Oh my gosh Okay so All right, so Michelle needs to cut it. Yeah. But she wants, she might want him back, though. I think it's more like just having like that chase, she might want that. Like having to think like he's still interested and then him reject, like her rejecting him, things like that.
Starting point is 00:54:59 You know what's more about that? You know what's crazy though, Angie? Is that I think that him being with like other girls and like HR is not like bothering her as much as it should. I feel like it makes her. It should have been me. That's her. Yeah, I feel like it makes her want him more because, like, he seems like a prize. He has something.
Starting point is 00:55:19 You know what I'm saying? It's like, what are all these girls wanting him? She knows what, like, those girls are getting. So she wants that? Is that what you're saying? Like, is that like, I mean, there's, there's, there's, there's a thing about that. No, like, like, she knows how like the dude's, like, treating the other girls. So she's like, that should be me being treated like that.
Starting point is 00:55:37 I think that, like, he, like, in her eyes is like a prize. And she's like, oh, I want to win now. You know what I'm saying? Because she had him. And then now he's like touring the office. You know what I'm saying? Is she still on the line? Michelle?
Starting point is 00:55:49 We can ask her that. No, no, no. I mean, I don't know. This dude got some swagger to him at work. He knows what he's doing. He's got the pool. He sounds the experience. He's single for a reason.
Starting point is 00:55:59 He needs to write a book on how to do this. I would read it. Just to see how it is. It sounds really lonely. 45. He's not lonely. Trust me. Yeah, that's what he is.
Starting point is 00:56:10 Yeah, he definitely is. You think he's lonely? He's not lonely. He just goes to work. Imagine the holidays. The holidays? Yeah. He does have to be broke.
Starting point is 00:56:17 He saves money. Yeah, he saves money. He's only during the holidays. Yeah. Or he's hanging out with the cagnosas, but whatever. It's neither here nor there. That was the homie help line. Michelle, let him go.
Starting point is 00:56:26 Michelle. She needs to help herself. I mean, I don't know. How do you help yourself? What does that even mean? Hold the urge. The urge of what? The urge of what?
Starting point is 00:56:38 The urge for the guy. I'm thinking she wants him, though. I think she should flirt with everybody in the office. You should flirt with everybody in the office? I like that one. She should flirt with HR. So he's going to be sick and leave. Make him leave.
Starting point is 00:56:48 But then that's going to create more drama. She should flirt with HR and get the power back. Get the power back? Get the other HR on her side. She already has the manager's side. Go for the CEO. They'll know both be HRs. All right.
Starting point is 00:57:00 That was a whole thing. This is Be Real from Cypress Hill. Where are you from, Eset? Don't you know I'm local? This is Maximo covering for Letty. Yes, it is. I wanted to let you guys know. that the Los Angeles Unified School District yesterday decided to officially ban cell phones from schools.
Starting point is 00:57:21 What? Yes. So the ban is that students must either leave the phone at home or have it completely off. And they say that this ban is in order to help kids to improve engagement in classes, reduce bullying, and improve mental health. Has it always been a ban? Apparently not. I thought it was. But apparently not, right?
Starting point is 00:57:41 I think it's one of those things where it's like a ban, but it's not enforced. It's not a rule. It's not like an enforced thing. Yeah, because in high school I wasn't allowed to have my phone. Same. Middle school, too, I wasn't allowed to have my phone at all. Like, even when you're out for lunch, you couldn't have it out. But I think now with, you know, with, I guess things being a little more, I don't know, the word is sensitive.
Starting point is 00:58:03 Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, that's what it is. Yeah, yeah. People are, like, I remember my girl one time said that, this parent came and complained that they took their kid's cell phone away. Right? Yeah. So you can see both sides where the parent could be like, hey, that's his property. I give him the phone.
Starting point is 00:58:21 It's for his safety. And then you see the other side where it's like, hey, your student isn't paying attention. Yeah, they're not focused. It's a weird situation and a weird, like, trying to find the balance of what is correct and what is. Yeah. What they need to do is start yelling at kids again. Yeah. That's what it is.
Starting point is 00:58:37 They should start yelling at kids again. Be like, put your damn phone away. We're in class Pay attention All right Bring the rulers back It would make me put the phone on What?
Starting point is 00:58:47 How's that crazy? You're gonna be okay With the teacher Bringing out the ruler on Lil Vic? Hell no, don't touch my kid But everybody else's kid Yeah, bring the standards out
Starting point is 00:58:57 Like in the Simpsons intro Oh yeah You have them do the standards On the board Yeah, punish them That's it I don't know I feel like yelling at them
Starting point is 00:59:04 It's not even like enough You don't think Banning? I think banning cell phones is it's not practical because everybody first of all we're in 2025 right it's like everybody has a cell phone at this point you know what I'm saying yeah part of our daily lives and you know for me it's like my son has a cell phone so we can communicate you know what I'm saying when he's at school or like immediately after like hey dad are you come in on time or you're going to come at three or whatever
Starting point is 00:59:33 right so it's important that's the sole reason to me why I got him a phone how many times Is your son text you during school, though? Very rarely. Very, he knows better. He knows, like, because it's like, I'm not going to be like, oh, that's funny. It's like, dude, don't text me. Pay attention. Pay attention.
Starting point is 00:59:52 You shouldn't be texting me like wait until after school. See, I get text sometimes, but it's really just like, hey, send me money for lunch. Because, like, sometimes they sell pizza. You don't give your kids money for lunch before school, Maximo? It's Apple Pay. Apple Pay. We're in 2025. Yes.
Starting point is 01:00:08 Apple pay her money, and she uses. is that. That's crazy. I will say this. That is wild. The other day, she sent me a screenshot of Blockblast that she beat my record. And then I was like,
Starting point is 01:00:20 what are you doing? You're in class, right? And that's where you don't know if what they're using it for. If the teacher's like, hey, free time now, use your phone or if she's not paying attention. And if I ask, I doubt she will tell me the truth. Yeah, you know what I mean?
Starting point is 01:00:36 So that means like teachers are just letting their kids be free. using their phones in class. It should be like implemented. I feel like it's like they're trying to be like so dinosauric about this. Like oh, okay, no phones. It's like, bro, we're in 2025. Like let's learn how to teach them with the phones. You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 01:00:54 Like let's show them how to download an app on your phone. But yes and no, because did you ever have computer class? Yeah. Yeah. What were you doing? Yeah, full, come on. Myspace. Exactly.
Starting point is 01:01:05 Which taught me a lot about life. I was coding. We were all coding. Yep, that's a distraction. I was learning how to speak game. That was one class. Yeah. Imagine all classes?
Starting point is 01:01:14 I type fast as hell now. The whole point of like the words per minute thing, I wasn't paying attention to that. But I was typing messages on MySpace. I was coding. I was doing all this stuff before the teacher came back around. So it's like either way it taught me. But that's, that was one class. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:01:30 Now you have the access the whole time. All the whole day. I'm all for more technology in school because it's like this technology isn't going anywhere. That's true. I agree. But usually, like, a lot of teachers nowadays, like, at school, they have, like, laptops or... Yeah. Or iPads.
Starting point is 01:01:45 Now, let's bring out the old school. So they're still having all that. The typewriter? The typewriter? Greg doesn't want to move on. That's it. No, there needs to be more technology. We need to learn about these things.
Starting point is 01:01:57 Yeah. Right. But that's why I'm saying, like, they do. They have the iPads and they have the computers. It's more of the control of, like, the apps, the YouTube, the social media. Yeah. The distraction part. If that's the point, then it's like, okay, let's have.
Starting point is 01:02:08 have full technology. Everybody, but everybody when they walk into a classroom, everybody put their phone in a pouch, put it in the corner. All right, now you're distracted, but it's like to ban them completely, no, to leave them at home, no. Yeah, banning them is like, no, I don't agree with that. That was not the way to go. You know what I'm saying? And not to get like dark or anything, but like when the shootings happened. Yeah, the situation. Yeah. They were alerted, like, a lot of the parents were alerted and ran in there and took their kids out immediately before the police were even able to get there. So it's like, again, like, not to get dark, but it's like, I'm a parent.
Starting point is 01:02:41 Those are things that cross my mind right now. So it says either leave cell phone at home or cell phone must stay turned off and stored during school hours. That's what usually is already, including lunch. It should happen. My son already does that. He turns off his phone, you know, puts it at the bottom of his backpack. I had a thing out.
Starting point is 01:02:55 I think that's like, because he's in what grade? He's in fifth. Okay. Yeah. You know in kindergarten, kids are more willing to be like, I'm going to follow these rules. Like, oh, I'm not trying to end up. Are you sure about that now? because some kids cannot let go of that cell phone.
Starting point is 01:03:07 Middle school, high school, kids would be like, yeah, right. Yeah, come on. It's my phone. I had a teacher once that would make us turn off our cell phones before walking in. She would stand at the door. That's not a problem. And you would have to turn off every single class. And if it went off, you had detention.
Starting point is 01:03:22 That makes sense. I do think that, like, nutrition or recess and lunch. Yeah, do what you want, yeah. Yeah. Just that way kids get that, like, itch off. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That urge off, like you said. But yeah, that was your don't you know I'm local.
Starting point is 01:03:38 And, yeah, kids, turn your phones off. Start yelling at them again. They're bad. Scream at them. Scream at them. Turn your damn phone off. We need to touch it. All right.
Starting point is 01:03:47 And, okay, it's tug-of-war time. We be tugging. Yeah, I'm excited. All right. So, it's National Tug of War Day. Tuging. Tug. Tug.
Starting point is 01:03:57 No, talking, no fun. Yeah. No scomp. Like Freddie Gives us. It's, it's National Tug of War Day. So we are going to have DJ. Greg C. Gregio,
Starting point is 01:04:06 a. K.A. Chris Tugger. And Maximo, aka Tugger Carlson. No, Yum Yum Yum Tug. Yum Tug is wild. Yum Tug is wild.
Starting point is 01:04:19 Yum Yum Tug. That's your alter ego. That is. Yum Yum Yum Tug. I said Yung, but Yum Young Tug works. Yum Yum Yung. Okay.
Starting point is 01:04:31 So we're going to have them play Tug Award live here in the studio. All right, but first I'm going to introduce coming in at 170 pounds. Yeah, you got it right. You got it right right here. We have. Of tuggers. DJ Greg Fee!
Starting point is 01:04:50 Yeah. I think they're cute. I know I can tug good. Yeah. I'm taking it. I'm taking the win on this one. I'm taking the win. He's real confident right now.
Starting point is 01:05:02 I'm confident I'm confident I'm a tugging. Probably every other night. Let's go. The sexy tugger. And in the other corner, we have Maximo, a.k.a. Yum, yum, tug. Coming in at 160 pounds. Why is he boxy?
Starting point is 01:05:28 That's Yum Yum Tug right there. Let's go. He's off a tug one. He's off a tug one. Take it out of my championship rings. Oh, my God. I'm off the fifth one. I don't have the choose baby picked.
Starting point is 01:05:41 Are you guys ready? You guys hyped up? You have two colors on the line, right? Yes, we have two colors on the line. We have Hector in South L.A. on line nine. Hector. Yo, yo, what's up, Brown Bag? What's up, Hector?
Starting point is 01:05:56 Who are you going for? Yeah, my boy DJ Greg. Yeah. You chose the right one. You think he's the best tugger in the line. I know he's ready. I know he's ready. I'm a tug for you, bro.
Starting point is 01:06:09 Whoa. All right, thank you, Hector. All right, we have Catherine from Riverside on line 10. Good morning, guys. Good morning, Catherine. So you think Maximol is the best tugger here? Yeah, yum, yum tug. Yeah, yum tug.
Starting point is 01:06:27 All right, we're going to see who goes to Rolling Loud, all right? Either Hector in South L.A. or Catherine in Riverside. All right. Are you guys ready? We're going to start. We're going to start the three. Wait, Angie move. I want to see.
Starting point is 01:06:41 All right. Three, two, one. Go. Oh, okay, Greg C. has a lead. All right. Oh, he's using all his strength. Maximo's over here on the left. We're using a veteran move.
Starting point is 01:06:53 He's almost falling on the floor with his tugging. Oh, DJ Greg C is getting red from the tugging. Oh, he's a tugger. Oh, oh, Maximo's about to hit the wall. Oh, my God. Oh. No. Oh, oh my God. Okay, they cannot stop tugging.
Starting point is 01:07:09 One is more red than the other. Oh, he has a hold of the rope. DJ Gregs. He has a hold of the rope. He has a hold of the rope. Oh, my God. It's so hard. Oh, my God. He's got it.
Starting point is 01:07:23 He died. Yum, yum, yum, tug. Wow. All right, Catherine and Riverside, you are going on rolling loud with yum, yum, yum tug. Young thug. Atsab, Rocky, Playboy, Cardi, Pals, Blue, by everybody. Round, right. What's the word?
Starting point is 01:07:40 Connected like I'm rosecrans. Roastcrans. Roastcrans. The word is... What's the word? Aesap Rocky is not guilty. Yay. Yeah, that's amazing.
Starting point is 01:07:51 All right. After a three-week trial, the jury said Rocky, whose legal name is Rakim Myers, was found not guilty. All right? Rocky faced two felony counts of assault with a deadly weapon stemming from an altercation with his one-time friend, Terrell Ephron, known as ASAP Raleigh to most people.
Starting point is 01:08:11 And that was near a Hollywood hotel in 2021. There was like a video footage that was, you know, shown of the altercation. And, you know, a lot of people online were like, damn, Aesap Rokies cooked. At first it looked a little weird. Like, it didn't look fully like it was going Aesap's Rockies. No, not at all.
Starting point is 01:08:28 Especially, like, where it happened, you know, it being in Hollywood, you know, one of the busiest places. And where, especially, like, law enforcement out here, try to keep as safe as possible, you know, at all times. So he was actually found not guilty of all that and was able to walk out the courthouse of free man after facing more than potentially two decades in prison. That's amazing, man.
Starting point is 01:08:51 Congrats to Acey, so I brought you to me. It was really cool as like seeing him jump over. Okay, I was going to bring that up. All the media. Oh, there's so many means of that. But there's also the audio of him finding out he's not guilty. Listen to this. We, the jury in the above entitled action
Starting point is 01:09:08 Find the defendant Rakim Mayors Not guilty Yeah, that's when he ran past the blonde lady Which I think that was like his legal team And she thought he was like She was trying to hug him Yeah
Starting point is 01:09:26 And he just like pushed her out the way He was like, let me get to Rihanna To Rie Re, yeah he jumped over and he I was like hold up Slow that You're going to hurry Yeah No yeah
Starting point is 01:09:36 No it just it was like a crazy scene, you know, to see. But the feeling of relief that he must have felt. He probably didn't even realize what he was doing. And you know what? If you pay close attention to the video, when it's being announced, you see his, like, the way he's breathing from his shoulders. And it's like a slow.
Starting point is 01:09:53 Like a big relief. Yeah. You could see like his shoulders just breathing. Because he really didn't know what was about. Yeah. Facing 24 years, right? Yeah. And then he was offered a plea deal that he would have done about six months in like
Starting point is 01:10:05 Ellie County Jail. and he turned that down so he was taking a big risk by doing this but the jury actually said not guilty and he went on to thank the jury for saving his life and then his lawyer also made a statement
Starting point is 01:10:19 outside of the courtroom listen to this but he's also just a great great person Rihanna they are they are seriously the greatest people
Starting point is 01:10:31 and I said I love them and I really do love them and I got emotional my summation because I care about them this is one of the happiest days of my life and I'm happy for them because they've earned this and deserve it. Of course he got that big check. Aesf Joe.
Starting point is 01:10:43 Aesf Joe. Aesf Joe. Yo, I know he's catching that check Aesap. Yeah. No, and a lot of people were saying that like the jury didn't think he was not guilty necessarily, but they also didn't think he deserved to go to jail for that long over this. Also because when Raleigh took the stand, he kind of just butchered his own case. Yeah, they were saying he made a lot of mistakes. Yeah. What do you do? Well, there was like
Starting point is 01:11:11 evidence that he found that the police didn't find and it was like sketchy supposedly it was like shell casings of a gun but the gun didn't match. The gun that was supposedly fired and it was actually those shell casings were from a nearby gun range. So it was like he was trying to like frame him. In a way. Yeah. And you know, it's like allegedly what happened may have happened, right? Like, we don't know, we weren't there. But him, he probably, they probably didn't have, like, the right evidence. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:11:43 And I think Rely was trying to force it so much and kind of ruined his own credibility by, you know, trying to frame him, you know, and going on the stand. And then also it's like, I think he was a, they call it like a dislikable witness. It's like the, they call them that? Yeah, I think that's a term for that. It was like they didn't, not that they didn't believe and they just didn't like them. Yep. You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 01:12:05 Like, because people can come across, they could be telling the truth. They could just be like, oh, I hate this guy. You know what I'm saying? Well, if that's the case, then wouldn't they get different, like, jurors? No, but he's the witness. He was the one that the crime was done to. You know what I'm saying? So it's like, what else?
Starting point is 01:12:19 That's just him. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? Yeah, I mean, at the end of the day. That could be tricky if that's the thing. Yeah. Yeah, at the end of the day, we don't know if it happened or not, but we do know, A.S.
Starting point is 01:12:29 He's free. He's free. He can breathe. He can't. Move on with his life after this. Yeah, because I'm pretty sure he was just thinking like, no, man, like, if I go out for like two decades, then it's like, I'm missing my kids grow up. And I'm pretty sure he get all. He had all that in mind, like, just thinking that, like.
Starting point is 01:12:45 Yeah. The funny part about that is that they were like, I think the defense, sorry, the plaintiffs were like criticizing him for bringing his family to court because they're like, oh, you're going to make the jury feel bad for you. But he's like, bro, it's my family. Yeah. What do you want me to do? Yeah. You know what I'm saying? It's like, you want them to, you want me to not bring them?
Starting point is 01:13:01 Yeah. That's like his support system. And I think they were like kind of mad because it's like at the end of this Rihanna's husband and people, you know, if they care for him or not, they're like, who doesn't love Rihana? Who doesn't like Rihra? Yeah. He's like, how are you going to ruin Riri's life? Yeah, we're going to be sad. Hell no, not Rie Rih Rale.
Starting point is 01:13:21 Yeah, congrats to Aesaf, Rocky. Exactly. See him at Rolling Loud. Yes, so we are rolling loud. He's going to be celebrating there for sure. Exactly. All right. So Nike and Skims have launched a new brand together.
Starting point is 01:13:33 guys and it's cleverly called Nike Skims. Nice. Wow. Yeah, it took a lot of time creating the name. Yeah. It's like they remove the space between the two brands and they put them together. Wow. So it's Nike Skim.
Starting point is 01:13:46 I wonder how many people it took. Yeah. To come up with that name. Yeah. I will say she has the Middest touch. Oh, yeah. No, that. Literally.
Starting point is 01:13:53 Who? Kim. Oh, yeah. Yeah. She got the Middust. Yeah. Yeah. You didn't know the skim's owned by Kim.
Starting point is 01:14:00 Yes. So Skims is owned by Kim Kardashian. What? A lot of people don't know that. Yeah, and it's been very popular. And recently it was actually featured on the court for like NBA products. So it's like you see that on the court. So you see like they're getting into the sports space a little bit.
Starting point is 01:14:16 You got your skims on, Maximu? Because like performance, people can wear it under. Yeah, but originally it was. You want to get my kims on. I don't get skim on. Got my kimz on. Okay. Yeah, originally it was like for women.
Starting point is 01:14:30 For women. Yeah. Like body contouring kind of like tight. The basic essentials. Exactly. But it's gone on to be, you know, a bigger brand than that. So much so that Nike decided to partner with them. And they made a press release.
Starting point is 01:14:43 They released a few statements about them, but this is one of them. They said the new brand merges Nike's, Nike Inc. world-class approach to advanced innovation, sports science, and athlete insights with skim's obsession for the female form and pioneering pursuit of solutions for the body. What does that mean, Vic? Basically, they're just They're just They're going to Are we about to see
Starting point is 01:15:07 They kissed And then now You're probably like Women's sports Is gonna hold with this I thought we were gonna see LeBron and like body sculpting Is that what you want to see?
Starting point is 01:15:16 I was like I'm sure you can AI the image Greg Greg Lebron and skims Stop Stop thinking about Whatever you want You live
Starting point is 01:15:26 Oh my God That's funny Leave the tugging in the last break He keeps thinking of that It's crazy though It's like The Kardashian family Just knows how to do business
Starting point is 01:15:40 Oh yeah They're not a market That's big geniuses Exactly And then they also said The Nike Skims will debut Its first collection in the United States At select retail locations
Starting point is 01:15:49 And at Nike.com slash Nike skims This spring And then a global Yes It'll be this spring And a global expansion Will happen in 2026 So Mberto wants to see Jailen Hurts and Skims
Starting point is 01:16:00 he collapsed he actually oh my god I want to know if it's going to be limited drops or if it's going to be like a mass production yeah yeah you're right
Starting point is 01:16:14 that's what I really want to know because she's done like Skins has done like the collapse with North Face and things like that yeah which is super cool yeah but it's just like a color way so I'm just trying to think exactly what this collab is going to be yeah I'm curious
Starting point is 01:16:26 I'm curious to see what that is like Nike already has that that's why yeah but it's just like A lot of brands have it. But skims might have something that. That's what I'm trying to understand. You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 01:16:37 Like their technology perhaps? Like the breathing? Mm-hmm. Well, because I read something that Nike is trying to like, collab with skims or collab with skims because it's trying to compete with like Lulu Lemon and all those like yoga. Allo and stuff like that.
Starting point is 01:16:50 Yeah. And skims is really popular, but maybe they're not in as many retail stores. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? They're at Nordstrom. Okay. Nordstrom, but it's like I don't really see them.
Starting point is 01:17:00 everywhere but like Nike's everywhere. Nike's at, you know, Macy's, Nike's everywhere. But like a lot of women, they'd rather go to Skims, Lulu Lemon, and not Nike. I don't know. Personally, I do like Nike a lot. Yeah, you, but like a lot of girls, I don't know, just maybe they are. But I think like, like, Skims is like more like cutesy. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:17:17 And like Alow and like. So Nike wants to hop on that. And Lulu Lemon, like, girls are like, oh, like, you know. Yeah. When I'm I'm a stand. Yeah. Let's get you. Let's get you these yoga pants.
Starting point is 01:17:26 From Lulu, like, yeah, it's like more girl, like, girly girl vibes. Yeah, but that's what I'm. I'm trying to understand, like, what are they going to do with skims? Are they really just going to get like a... Maybe it's the colors, too. The color scheme and that's it? I think it's the marketing. It's going to market to more of the sports, like, outside of, like...
Starting point is 01:17:42 Because I feel like Allo and those brands, they almost feel like it's tailored to, like, Pilates. Oh, yeah, yeah, for sure. And those type of sports where I think the collaboration will now market to maybe basketball and other sports aside from... With skims. Yeah. Yeah, I'm curious to see that. your Pilates for 30 minutes Angie
Starting point is 01:18:01 I actually go for an hour full but I haven't gone for like two weeks okay you know where my mind went is how does Kanye feel about this because essentially this is his ex and his old business partner they're now in business together so both his exes
Starting point is 01:18:17 and don't forget Kanye was a big part of like launching skims Victor you're being messing I like it I'm just saying I like it and he just complained about a Nike shoe that had the silhouette of his old shoes what happened what happened with that was the seven 50th the 350 with the shoe yeah they look like Nike the silhouette yeah it's like yeah so it's like that and also skims could get into footwear you know oh yeah oh yeah exactly so there's a lot of things that can happen from this but yeah
Starting point is 01:18:51 if i was conia i just feel so like oh you know what don't don't tell them stop stop they're just not You're going to see a Twitter rant. Incoming Twitter rant. Did he have to say anything about it? Let's not know it. Not yet. Not yet. Everybody's just keeping it away from him.
Starting point is 01:19:07 I know. Have you seen it? No, no, no. No, no. No. No. No. No.
Starting point is 01:19:13 But no. I get it. Like, your ex is like linking up and then they create something big. Oh, it's happened. Oh, man. How mad would you be? I would be upset. Especially when you had something to like, you feel like you had something to do with me.
Starting point is 01:19:26 Like, I created it. Yeah. This is all here because of me. You know what I'm saying? Yeah. Yeah. Created this with my heart work. I did this.
Starting point is 01:19:33 Yeah. This is me. It's my work. All right. Yeah. All right. Well, that was your word on Rosecrans. Brought to you by local Southern California Toyota dealers.
