Starting point is 00:00:00 Before the podcast starts, make sure you like, subscribe to the channel, leave a review, and send the link to a friend while you're at it. The more brown back, the better. Come on. Good morning. Good morning. And you and you. All right, I'm broadcasting live from New York City.
Starting point is 00:00:14 Fatal Fury is going down tomorrow. That's the Ryan Garcia, Roli Romero, Haney, Jose Ramirez, our guy Arnold Barbosa taking on Theo Fimo Lopez. Isn't it be a wild day for me? I think a lot of the boxers are going to come through. Nice. That's tough. That's a stack card. Dude, I also heard it's such a day to, like I'm so sad I'm missing, you guys taking your first rhino on the air.
Starting point is 00:00:37 Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. That's what I heard. National Save a Rhino Day. That's right. National Save a Rhino Day. So, Greg, save the rhino for me. And me.
Starting point is 00:00:48 And Maximo. Angie, I just want you to know you being the only girl in there. I know. Let's see. Yeah, with a rhinole. We're going to have to split it. Split it. That's coming up today.
Starting point is 00:01:02 We have a lot going on. Of course, Kendrick Lamar tickets. The guys are going to take a rhino life on air. I don't know how safe this is. But that's the plan for today. We'll see how it goes as the morning goes on. Right now, though, we all got to cry together. Let's get into Don't you know I'm local?
Starting point is 00:01:16 What's up? This is Be Real from Cypress Hill. Where are you from, Esse? Don't you know I'm local? Oh, God. Why? Letty. Why?
Starting point is 00:01:29 What's up, bro? This guy next to me, he's wearing Anthony Edward shoes. Edward shoes. This guy named Maximo. He just put his feet up on the table. Laugh at our pain, Clipper fan, you're next. I know. Laugh at our pain right now.
Starting point is 00:01:42 Trust me. We're going to meet in Cancun and party together. Yesterday was game five between the Lakers and the Timberwolves. Lakers down 3-1 and yes, the Timberwolves took the W and took us out of the first round of playoffs. It was 103 to 96. Timber Wolves took it. Aunt Edwards, though, this is what I want you guys to rock with me on. Who gets you more upset?
Starting point is 00:02:07 This comment from Aunt Edwards, check this out. Still even better is that they said Lakers in five and the wolves won in five. So I think that makes it feel ten times better. That's like my own answer. Oh, my God. Tim taunting us saying that they told me it was going to be Lakers in Five. That's why this feels so much better. Does that hurt more or does LeBron making jokes feel bad?
Starting point is 00:02:33 All right, look, check this out. Post-game conference, they asked him, do you need another big guy? This is the thing with the Lakers. They want another big guy to play center because right now they have LeBron playing a position that he may not be the best at currently, right? Right. But he's a big, he's kind of the only options they may have. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:02:53 Something that AD previously said, hey, we need somebody that's big on our side. And then he got let go. So here's what LeBron had to say in the post game conference. My guy, A.D., said what he needed and then he was gone the following week. So I got no comment. I put that uniform all every night. I gave everything I had. And that's all that.
Starting point is 00:03:17 What? No, that made me mad. That made me more mad than what Ann said. That made me way more mad because don't you dare bring up your ex in our argument. LeBron. Right though. Yep. Don't talk about, oh, LeBron, A.D.
Starting point is 00:03:33 asked for this. There's a lot of people that theorize that LeBron is the one that asked for A.D. To get traded for Luca. So don't start. Y'all got mad at the bringing up of the eggs. I got mad at the just like the choker. You know, I did the best I could. I'm like, wait, part.
Starting point is 00:03:49 We're all crying in our, in our homes, in our cars. Like, feeling, feeling, no, Laker fans, feeling the hurt of this loss. and then LeBron's happy. And I'm sure that's good. Don't call it a loss. I learn from it all of that. But while we're all collectively sad for like our main star to be kind of chuckling at things,
Starting point is 00:04:08 it just feels like you're not reading the room. It really is interesting because I feel like online it seemed like half of the Laker friends I know had thrown in the towel before even this last game. Really? It just didn't feel like. The vibe weren't right. Yeah, the vibe wasn't right. And for some reason, even though the Timberwolves, maybe weren't as great on like so good they didn't seem as great having ruby gober as a big man
Starting point is 00:04:34 just really destroyed the lakers oh yeah no aside from anthony the thing was that i was great yeah yeah i understand his frustration with rob polinka the lakers gm because really he got an incomplete like you did a great job by getting luka but we literally had no size and that was right and that's what ended up being you know our achilles heel here but it's like it's not time for finger pointing LeBron. Right. You know what I'm saying? It's like, yeah, you did the best you could.
Starting point is 00:05:01 We understand. Or laughing. And it's like, oh yeah, we need a big man. Like, we know, everybody knows that there's a seven footer on one side and our seven footer is on the bench. I'm going to get a job. I'm going to get a job. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:05:15 It's like that one thing in the argument that it's like, we get it. Yeah. It goes without being said. I feel like he wasn't locked in. No, I don't think so. It was a close game. Honestly, but still. Let's call a spade to spade.
Starting point is 00:05:26 It was Kevin. Gates fault. Kevin Gates. The whole time I thought the same thing. Because he took him out of his mojo. Yeah. Because of the whole Savannah situation where Kevin Gates was saying, like, I never want to be like LeBron because of the weights of Van Gogh.
Starting point is 00:05:40 Why was he focused on whatever Kevin Gates had to say, focus on what Anthony Edwards was doing and Rudy Gobert? They called it because you said previously in previous series with the NBA, LeBron goes on what is like dark mode? Zero dark 30. So he gets off. Off of all social media. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:05:59 And he was still on this one. Yeah. Replying to Kevin Gates mid-series. Come on. That is pretty wild. He had to send up for his wife, so I get it, LeBron. He could have just ignored all the noise. From my perspective, you know how they're like, we need bigger guys?
Starting point is 00:06:13 To me, I'm 4-11. All those fools are big. So I would use the concept of what they mean by bigger guys because Luca looks huge to me. LeBron looks huge to me. I'm kind of going off what I saw like on ESPN and stuff where they're like, they need a bigger guy. I don't know. These fools are tall. So what does that mean we need a bigger guy?
Starting point is 00:06:31 We need a center or a seven foot or somebody to bang in the middle because, hey, you, wait, that's crazy. Pause. Hold on. The problem is where we can't get a rebound.
Starting point is 00:06:41 That is crazy. We cannot get a rebound. To save our life yesterday, we could not get a rebound. And that was like a big problem. It's like, oh, Rudy Gobert gets another rebound. Oh, Rudy Gober gets another putback. Everyone hates that guy.
Starting point is 00:06:53 Yeah. So it was just like, yeah, it was, it was, It was so frustrating watching that game. I'm super frustrated. Who are we more frustrated with that the Minnesota Timberwell has beat us and Anthony Edwards is really happy about it. He's making TikToks about it. He's clowning us. And it's just going to go on to the second round in whoever he plays there or LeBronford chuggling.
Starting point is 00:07:12 Wait, I can't be that mad at Anthony Edwards. He did what he was supposed to do. Yeah, he did. Honestly, with crazies too, is after the game, he was walking outside down around crypto. Yeah. Like, just chilling happy. Taunting fans. Are the Clippers still in it?
Starting point is 00:07:28 Yes. The Clippers are still in it. Oh, all right. Yeah, they're still in their... We're not looking great. Oh. I think they play tonight? Isn't it 3-2?
Starting point is 00:07:35 Yeah. 3-2. 3-2. We can go home tonight and meet you guys. We can take the same flight. See you at there, part. That's don't you know I'm local, man. That was don't you know I'm local. All right, let's get into scrolling with Gregorio.
Starting point is 00:07:46 Gregory. Scrolling! Hey. The homie, Gregory. Hey, letty. I think I finally found a race that I could win, and I don't care what age these. foos are, a win is a win.
Starting point is 00:08:00 True. A win is a win. There's a track race going viral because of how old these racers are the runners. But low-key, these old dudes are impressing the hell out of everybody. These old dudes? Yeah, they're old. They're really old. The track race was about, they're about 80 years old. Wow.
Starting point is 00:08:18 80 plus. Right. That's the starting. Like 80 is just the minimum age you could be. Yeah. So they're like 81, 86, 87. There's multiple racers. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:08:27 The track race was. about 100 meters, which is about 100 yards. So think of a football field. Okay. The length of a football field is what they're racing. Damn. And they ran that in 16 seconds. What?
Starting point is 00:08:39 80-year-old foods ran that in 16 seconds. The crowd was going crazy. Everybody couldn't believe on how fast they were actually going. Yeah. I want you to listen to the video that's going viral. Listen to this. And I was just going to say they were holding their position better than someone on it. The Penn Relates in lane four.
Starting point is 00:09:09 That is Dominic Stolato. We believe it is. 1602. I just want to make sure, were there any canes involved? No, no canes. They were doing full sprints the whole way. They look really healthy. Like, I'm looking at the video, and these fools are, like, active, active.
Starting point is 00:09:25 Yes. They don't look at all. You can see it on. You can see it on Bramai Morning 106 on Instagram. These foods are running full speed. Wow. That's faster than me. They're saying the average person can probably maybe keep up with them.
Starting point is 00:09:38 I'll beat them. No. Honestly, when you said that, I'm like, I need to hit the track and make sure that I can outpace these 80-year-olds. Like, now I need to test myself and be like, all right, can I run faster than these guys? Because if not, then I need to change everything about my life. Right. I feel like my dad got it.
Starting point is 00:09:56 You feel like your dad to do it? Yeah, people always tell me about my dad's agility and the way that he can dance. Like, no hip or knee replacement there. Yeah. Not one? No, he's good. Yeah, I could see him competing in this. How old your dad?
Starting point is 00:10:11 74. 74? Six more years. Six years to sign them up. Oh, yeah, the start training. Start training. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:10:19 Get him in a marathon jersey. All his 30-year-old girlfriends in Juano, doing him good. Ooh. Yeah. I've got to accept it. The signora, I guess.
Starting point is 00:10:31 Sejora, a her mama? Oh, that's right. No. Jesus. All right. Well, there's that.
Starting point is 00:10:40 Thank you. Thank you, Greg. Yes. Thanks, Greg. Thanks for letting us all know about this race. Old people running. What's your minute? I mean, what's your mile?
Starting point is 00:10:48 What's my mile? The last time I ran a mile was 16 minutes? No way. Really? No. No, my mind. You did a better mile than this full. Yeah, I did a better mile.
Starting point is 00:10:59 I don't think so. What was your mile? It was like 14, like under 14 minutes. No, I might have to be about 16. Really? I don't run that much. Yeah, no, I was like 14. Oh, bro.
Starting point is 00:11:07 We got to get the cardio up. No, I don't run that much at all. I don't know if I believe Vic being in 14 minutes. Yeah, I don't believe this. I posted it. I posted it. I can't hack the app. You could. You could just have your girl run.
Starting point is 00:11:17 Yeah. Have somebody else run it for you. Wow. All right. Let's do it. Take my watch and go. Let's help me. Have you all unpacked the rhino yet?
Starting point is 00:11:27 No, not yet. Jesus. Not quite. I'm prepping. What are you jeezing me, Greg? It was in your room. I know. That's true.
Starting point is 00:11:35 Everybody has some in their room these days. I'm kind of normal. Greg also bought it. Brought lotion. Yeah. Oh. Oh. Can I move seats?
Starting point is 00:11:43 I'm, like, in the middle between, like, Maximo and Greg, and I'm so uncomfortable. Hold on, hold on. Don't put my name in uncomfortable in the same sentence. It's National Save a Rino Day. So later on this morning, when all the kids are at school, yes, the guys are going to pop a Rino. And all the single moms are in the car by themselves then. Too. They're going to be calling?
Starting point is 00:12:04 We'll take two of them right now. Oh, God. That sounds like a little. Save me a Rino, Greg. Hey, yo. Wait, pause. That's what the day is. That's what calls for, okay?
Starting point is 00:12:14 Save the rhino. Save the rhino. Don't use them all. Yeah. There was once upon a time where I didn't know what a rhino was and I was I could go back to that. Same thing with honey packs. I did not know. I've been learning a lot here in Brombeck mornings.
Starting point is 00:12:28 That was called life. You're very welcome. We have shout-outs. Yes, we do. Albert wants to give a shout-out to his wife, Jocelyn. She completed her medical assistant program and she's getting her certificate. Certification Oh,
Starting point is 00:12:42 No. Yes. There you go. Stephanie wants to shout out her fiance Raphael. He tins cars and has a crush
Starting point is 00:12:48 on Lithi, but it's okay. Oh. What? Dang. I wish I knew that before I paid for my window tint.
Starting point is 00:12:56 Oh, yeah. Wow. What's up, Rapa? In all respect to your wife. Rapa. Jocelyn from Buena Park wants to shout
Starting point is 00:13:04 out her daughter, Mia. Milla. Mia. Alejandro wants to shout out the Laker Crybaby. and says thank you, Ant. Damn. I just saw the video of Ant
Starting point is 00:13:16 just taking that victory lap outside of crypto. Yeah. We need him on our team. That's a wild dude. I mean, all the great players eventually are Lakers, so yeah, I'm sure he'll be on our team soon. Yeah, but I need him young on our team. Luca's still young.
Starting point is 00:13:32 Yeah, he is. No, no, I need Ant. Yeah, I'm just giving it a couple years. Give it a couple years to get tired of Minnesota. Yep. Priscilla wants to show. Real quick sports question, guys. Sports.
Starting point is 00:13:43 Is Minnesota on the West Coast? No. This is the Western Conference finals. What are they doing even in our conference right now? That's true. We've always to the East. We've always wondered that. Yeah, no, I'm not sure why they're in the Western Conference.
Starting point is 00:13:54 I think just... That's not fair to us. If they weren't, we'd still be in. Yeah. The Midwest states, they're kind of like a interesting thing. Even like New Orleans is like in the Western Conference. But Chicago's in the Eastern Conference. It doesn't make sense.
Starting point is 00:14:10 So you're right. It's like a Filipino in the pen. They have to choose. Jeez. You have to know, stop jeezing me. Like, I'm not cool. Jeez yourself. Hey, I usually do.
Starting point is 00:14:23 Oh. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Priscilla wants to shout out her baddie wife. They fly out on their honeymoon today. Hey. Let's go.
Starting point is 00:14:32 Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. And then we got birthday shout out. Ernest, shout out the love of his life, Vanessa. She turns 24 today. All right.
Starting point is 00:14:40 Aw, the young love. Floor wants to birthday shout out to Ana'a. They're celebrating her 10th birthday today. Anali? Anali. Anali. Anali. Happy birthday, Anali.
Starting point is 00:14:52 Michelle wants to shout out her three sons and her youngest son, Marcus, who turns 10 today. Marcus. Happy morning. He loves brownback's morning so much and he would make his day. Hey. Oh, happy birthday. Day made. Let's go.
Starting point is 00:15:05 Floyd wants to give a birthday shout out to Oh, I already did that one. Come on the floor. They seem to be twice. That's our birthday shout-outs. All right. I have a shout-out. I want to shout out my homie Jeffrey Offer and his wife or girl, Stephanie.
Starting point is 00:15:25 They just had their baby, Andres. Shout out to them. Shout out, new baby, Andres. My new nephew. I thought you were doing a prank. No. I have one more. I have one of birthday shout out.
Starting point is 00:15:36 I was like, wait. That's his full name. Got it. I gave it a full legal name out here. Ah, okay. Wait, what's the birthday show up? My homie, Kepto, aka Bailey. Happy birthday, bro.
Starting point is 00:15:46 Klepto. How did he earn that name? Yeah, that's the first of his producer name that he's been going by for a while. Did he steal that name? Yeah, probably. Yeah. But happy birthday. All right.
Starting point is 00:15:56 Let's go. Clepto. I got it, Vig. I got your reference. Yeah, I know. I did. Yeah. All right.
Starting point is 00:16:02 Let's get into Simp our PIP, baby. Simp or Pimp. BIM. SIP. Sip, Sip, Sip, Sip, Sip, Sip! Giavo! A woman in Chicago led the cop... I hear an echo, by the way.
Starting point is 00:16:19 Do you guys hear me? No. No? No. Okay, sorry. It's okay. A woman in Chicago led the cops in a high-speed pursuit, and things took a wild turn.
Starting point is 00:16:29 But listen to how the pursuit started. Sky Fox captured the chase when it hit the Dan Ryan around 545 last night. Police A.many Collins was driving the car and was caught after she pulled over on the shoulder of the highway. So she led the cops on a high-speed pursuit. Yeah. But she was driving like she was on Fast and the Ferry. She was swerving, but like really good.
Starting point is 00:16:51 And when she got out the car and the officers put her in cuffs, they seen her and, you know, I'm going to say she's a pretty, a curvy girl. Yeah. And the officers just took a little liking to her. Listen. What's your name? Ebony? How old are you?
Starting point is 00:17:10 You're 27? You look like you're 22. Yeah, you do look young. You don't drive like you're young though. You drive like a race car driver. She's driving a stress-free. She tried to grab that photo over here. Done that before, or is this just a first-time skill?
Starting point is 00:17:25 So the officer's just like intrigued by her. I've seen this movie before. Yeah, that was weird. Do you guys? No. What? No. They were like that all the time.
Starting point is 00:17:38 They're really nice. What do you tell them they have a nice baton or what? No, not like that. That's extra. They usually clown with you. I don't know. No. No, no, no.
Starting point is 00:17:50 I got yelled at the other day at stagecoach for going the wrong way. Well, there you go. I was trying to make a U-turn. That's what I told the guy. Did you get a ticket? No, but I would have. I was very close to. See, he was nice.
Starting point is 00:18:03 No, but it's like the funny thing about this interaction is that they clearly weren't. mad, they were just thoroughly impressed. Yeah, they were. How good she drove. Yes, and it got interesting because it was a lot of officers and I guess their car was packed and one of the officers
Starting point is 00:18:21 volunteered for something. Listen. You're going to be back? I'll sit in the back with her. You'll sit in the back? Yeah, okay. Oh, that's crazy. That's same officer. That's a little weird. I thought y'all were tripping initially because they made no
Starting point is 00:18:35 innuendos, no baton like how Greg was saying. They were just clowning with her, which is totally understandable. Yeah. That is crazy. It is crazy. The other part is crazy. And it gets crazier. It goes.
Starting point is 00:18:46 What? The guy in the back sitting with her starts talking to her about her life and how he was going to back her up. Listen. Oh my gosh. We're like, listen, you're honest, we don't even think up and he did it. I mean, she did it. We don't even think she did. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:19:02 That's usually what we start with because we give everybody the benefit of the doubt. And I like it. I don't tick time. What are you doing? Take that? Hold on. Hold on. He wants to save her so bad.
Starting point is 00:19:15 Yes, she does. He does. Wow. He's trying to save her for him. He's trying to get her before she goes to mugshoties. Oh, yeah. And then everybody knows who she is. Oh, that's wild.
Starting point is 00:19:28 He's so hitting on her. He's going to do. I'll go in with you. I'll be your witness. All of it. That's insane. I don't think you do it. I saw my own two eyes, yes.
Starting point is 00:19:36 but I still don't think you did it. I don't believe she really did it. This video is it body cam footage? It's body cam footage. It's body cam footage. You can see it on Brownback Mornings 106. Yep. And it led to more,
Starting point is 00:19:48 they started asking her about her TikTok. Hey, how many followers you have? Oh, yeah. They just continued like this strange interaction. Not strange. It's straight up flirting with her. How was she ever going to learn her lesson? You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:20:02 I feel like the whole point of this is like, is like learn your lesson. So you don't. do it again. She's going to continue to be, you know, a speed racer. She's going to be sukey from Fast and the Furious. You know what I'm saying? This is not going to slow her role at all.
Starting point is 00:20:16 No, it's not. And behind a girl that can drive like that, there's either a dad or a boyfriend that taught her how to drive like that. Of course. So you're on her side. No, not Red flag. Red flag. You got a dad and a boyfriend.
Starting point is 00:20:28 But she. But she, there's people behind her. There's people behind her. is what I'm saying. Yeah. I can't interrupt. Wait, if someone else you got to deal with
Starting point is 00:20:42 that drives like that that she learned from. That is true. That is true. That's all I'm thinking. Yeah, you know. Behind every letty is a Vin Diesel. That is true.
Starting point is 00:20:51 100% Letty, you're right. Except you. No, I got my Vin at home. Come on. And you know, all they care about is family. And that's what that cops try to start. A family. Oh, man.
Starting point is 00:21:05 So who's Simper Pimpy. The officers clearly Super sim 100% I'm on four nicer cops but don't be extra cops Yeah that's a little too much What if they help you not get a ticket
Starting point is 00:21:18 Or go to jail? They're the homies That's a different category maximum Oh No this cop is a sim Sip Sip Sip Sip Sip Sip Sip Sip Sip You need a homie You need a homie or need some help
Starting point is 00:21:32 We need a line I mean phone line We got you for the homie helpline Rachel needs our help Rachel Rachel sent us a DM and said Hello Brownback Hello hello I'm currently separated from my husband
Starting point is 00:21:48 Okay she said as soon as our son was born My husband started mistreating me emotionally Oh man she said I asked him to move out of my house two months ago After I had enough To this day he's still asking for another opportunity to make our marriage work In the final days of our marriage I found comments that he left on girls' IG post. Oh.
Starting point is 00:22:11 The comments included, quote, unquote, beautiful. I think I'm in love. Oh, man. I wish you were here so I could get to know you. That's a little weird. Yeah, that's weird. You're my favorite snack. Nah, he's tripping.
Starting point is 00:22:29 That's a lot. And babe. I need to see these girls that he's commenting on it. He said, she said, when I told, when I told, him I saw them, he said that I was exaggerating that they were no big deal. According to him, I'm overreacting because those girls never replied,
Starting point is 00:22:45 no phone calls took place, and he didn't meet up with them in person. That means, yes, you shouldn't be mad. You know, they didn't respond. So what happens if they actually responded? Then he would have met? Yeah, probably.
Starting point is 00:22:58 He's trying to say that he's innocent for striking out, but he still swung the bat. That is wild. Why? You know? So she said, I still told him that was disrespectful because he was commenting on their post, even as I was in the hospital giving birth. Oh, that's messed up. Oh, hell no.
Starting point is 00:23:19 Oh, this guy, no. That's wrong. Yeah, she said, now, Brownback, I want to know, am I overreacting like he says I am. Should I let those IG comments go? The fact that she's thinking about it, too. Well, he's gaslighting her. Am I overreacting? Yeah, that's the gaslighting right there.
Starting point is 00:23:36 And I didn't cheat because it wasn't in person. You see, it even happened. Like, I thought it was, but it didn't happen. I mean, dropping those comments in general, I always think is like, bro, what do you, like, what is wrong with you, first of all? Like, first of all, regardless if you have somebody and being like, you're my snack and, like, favorite, like, bro. Everybody could see it. What is wrong with you? Everybody could see it.
Starting point is 00:23:58 That's the thing. There's levels of thirst, right? So there's, like, you know, the, maybe texting somebody you know or being like, hey, hey what's up you know this and that right right okay then there's and nobody knows about that besides you know the girl and you or the person that you're reaching out to and then maybe that person's group chat because they're making funny yeah but um but then there's there's the DMs you know there's like you know sending a girl a DM like damn you look good right here baby or replying to a story or something right yeah yeah that's another level of thirst then there's the IG comments public for the
Starting point is 00:24:36 world to see. No shame. Everybody could see it. And you don't get any replies from them usually. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? So that's like, that's the thirstiest level.
Starting point is 00:24:45 He's like thirst level five. Yeah. That's embarrassing. Literally. Because people probably know that he has a girl too. Yeah. So then they're going to see that and be like, oh, this girl's managed this comment on the girls pictures over here.
Starting point is 00:24:56 I'm thinking like how she found out. But then I'm like, okay, the new update with IG. It's like when you like something or comment something, like the other people can see it. So probably that's how she found out. If not, maybe someone saw, took a screenshot it and sent it to her. It's there for everybody to see. And if you have mutual friends, it's not hard for, you know, something to go on the explore page and then somebody else see it. But he clearly doesn't care.
Starting point is 00:25:20 That's the thing. That's the thing about this, like, thirst level he's on where he knows his girl sees it. And he obviously is like, eh, no big deal. It's like, it's not like, I'm just shooting my shot that's not nowhere near the basket. But it's still wrong. Not even trying to hide it. It's crazy. Out in the public.
Starting point is 00:25:37 Yeah. Yeah. I wonder if he's even apologized. Or he's just gaslighting her, like, straight up saying, like, you're making it a big deal. It's not a big deal. It's not a big deal. It sounds like it's straight gaslighting. I'm sorry.
Starting point is 00:25:48 I know you just gave birth to our kid. Be more understanding. We asked her a couple questions. Like, how long were they married? And she says, we got married last year in November. He changed the day we got married. Started telling me I was useless. Oh, Raquel.
Starting point is 00:26:04 She started seeing the comments on I. On February, in February. Okay, so her question is, should I give him another shot technically and let the IG comments go? Right? She wants to know if she's overreacting. No. He says that she is. But overreacting to go back or overreacting just for clarity for herself?
Starting point is 00:26:27 To those comments, to him leaving, you know, those thirsty comments on Instagram. Because he's probably, his argument is probably like, it's just social media, man. Yeah. It doesn't matter. I'm not meeting up with them. Literally, that's what he's saying. And that made us ask, like, has he ever cheated before? Oh, good, good.
Starting point is 00:26:43 You kind of think that, like, hey, like, if he's commenting on something, maybe he's cheated. Yeah. So we asked him, have he ever, has he ever cheated? She said, no. He recently told me he had never done that before, and he doesn't know what overcame him. What overcame him? Overcame him? What did that mean?
Starting point is 00:26:59 A rhino? He popped a rhino, started scrolling around. Like, like, interesting thoughts. What overcame him? He's making it. seem like it's like venom and spider man he got a sickness
Starting point is 00:27:09 he has a symbiote over him taking over his body what's going on to me I'm trying to hold back up you a damn oh no I have to comment
Starting point is 00:27:20 she also added this as well she said according to him his mom and sister they all think I'm overreacting his mom told him
Starting point is 00:27:29 that I didn't put up with too much because because yeah because the father-in-law would like cheat on him oh So that, but he didn't.
Starting point is 00:27:38 Like, he wouldn't be like. Oh, but that's like old school mentality. Respectfully, like, all right, let's say this dude is like not a good looking dude at all. Right? Okay. And then the mom is like, what are you worried about? Look at this guy. You know?
Starting point is 00:27:54 Oh, like, but to a mom, like her son's always going to be handsome. Nah, that's not true. Nah, but disrespect is disrespect. You know what I'm saying? No, no, for sure. But I'm just wondering if like that's how his family is seeing it like, you swear this guy has a chance with Kendall Jenner or something, you know? Yeah, like all these guys.
Starting point is 00:28:10 Like, yeah, okay. Okay, okay. All right, I like that, Maximo. If it is a super duper celebrity, you know what I'm saying? I used to do this thing where I would like, oh, I used to do this. No, no, no, I used to do this thing where I would comment. I would comment on, like, you know, big celebrity girls like. Becky Jim.
Starting point is 00:28:27 Instagram, something like that. Yeah. You know, maybe sweetie. I forgot. But it was like, in my mind, I was not. never going to meet them, run into them or anything. It was just funny because, well, I have to change my tune. But what would happen was it was like a troll, like a funny thing between me and my friends because I knew that they would see the comment.
Starting point is 00:28:51 And then they'd react to it. And they would react to it. So I would get people like whenever sweetie would post a photo, they would look for my comment and then laugh and react to it. And it's like I really wasn't speaking to her. Okay, like what kind of things were you saying? You were just doing it for fun. I was doing it for fun. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:29:08 You know what I'm saying? But then again, I wasn't in a relationship at the time. Or if I was in one, it didn't really matter to me, clearly. Because people do the people like, mind you, this is years ago. I want to clarify. This is literally like, this is like five years ago. This is big. This is more.
Starting point is 00:29:22 Prematurity. For sure. Maybe even six years ago. Maybe seven. Yeah. Keep going back. Yeah. No, but there's actually people.
Starting point is 00:29:30 I'm not saying this is him because I don't agree with him doing this. But there is people online who say funny things, savage things, or like go above and beyond in the comments section because they know they get reactions. Yes. 100%. You know? They just want them. Almost a form of marketing. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:29:48 Yeah. It's a form of like trolling, marketing, like humor. But this is like a little different. Yeah. Yeah. Especially if she's already told her or told him like how she feels and he's like, I don't care pretty much. Yeah. That is a, oh yeah, something took over him.
Starting point is 00:30:03 This dude is like commenting how I DMs his. This is exactly how I DMs his. So it's like a thing. It's like a like you don't ever think she's going to open it, right? Hopefully not. You probably, what do you do? You screenshot it and you send it to your friends. I posted on my story and I'm like maybe one day.
Starting point is 00:30:23 That's hilarious. Now what would you do if she saw that? I would probably cry. You'd be embarrassed? I'd be very embarrassed of the messages that I sent before. I'm not going to show you any of the messages either. I'm like, can I see what you did? Yeah, I think I had to go back years and, like, delete all the sweetie stuff because I was, yeah, I was embarrassed.
Starting point is 00:30:41 If anyone's listening and you want to dig back to those comments and find them, send them over. Says it, please. No, no, no, no. Says it, please. That is comedy. I think I got rid of them all, I hope. No, but so it's that there's a difference between that. I can see that.
Starting point is 00:30:56 Like, there being somewhat of an argument there could still be disrespectful depending on how the girl feels about it, how Rachel is. Like I don't even play like that. I don't want my man to play like that. You know what I'm saying? They're in a whole relationship. That's why. You have a baby. They're married.
Starting point is 00:31:09 They just got married. Yeah. And if she's not in on the joke. Yeah. Like she doesn't think it's funny. If that's not like, look babe, look, look what I commented on so-and-so's page. Like, ha-ha, you're so dumb. Like, that's different.
Starting point is 00:31:20 That could be different, right? But if this is just local girls. That's what you know. Like, is it famous girls he's commenting on or is it? Personal trainers in the area. Like, that's like embarrassing. Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:31:32 Because that can just mean like, man, I'm with a thirst bucket. Like, this guy is thirst level five. That's like thirst level 10. Not only that, but it's like, it could also get to her self-esteem, like, thinking, like, oh, these girls look like a certain way and I don't look like this. Like, like maybe she just had the baby. She maybe feels insecure. And this is adding more to it. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:31:51 That's true. So he's not helping at all. And the dangerous thing is there's like that postpartum depression thing, you know, that happens like right, you know, to a lot of women right after they have a kid. And they don't. don't feel the most confident. They don't feel the most beautiful at the moment and stuff like that. So it's like him doing this is 10 times worse during that time. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:32:11 You know what I'm saying? It's a super sensitive time for the girl. She needs the support. She needs her back rubbed, her feet rubbed. She needs help with the baby. And he's over here commenting. Thirstly. That's a wild.
Starting point is 00:32:21 Thirsty. That's a wild dude. I wonder if, like, Raquel has talked to her mom, her friend, sister, something like that. Yep. That's a good question. She's vented to someone. Clearly his family is on his title about it. Well, we don't know because the guy is telling Raquel, like, this is what my mom said.
Starting point is 00:32:37 So maybe Raquel hasn't even talked to his mom or his sister. Oh, yeah, his mom told him. And he's just making all this up. My mom said it's not that bad. You should take me back. Yeah. I'm going to say it's just social media. That's it.
Starting point is 00:32:50 It's not real. My mom said back in her days, they didn't have social media. And so it doesn't count. Yeah. What if Raquel starts doing the same thing? Like she starts following these dudes or... Yeah, follow me. Yeah, follow Greg or something like that.
Starting point is 00:33:06 She comments under Greg sees posts. Yeah, and then she says like, it's not a big deal. It's just great. Oh, she should do that. Yeah, just to be... It could be. She could do something like that. That sounds pretty petty.
Starting point is 00:33:17 I like it. Yeah. Yeah, be petty bad. Rachel's husband is a level 10 thirst bucket. He is. And he is... Separated husband, right? Separated.
Starting point is 00:33:29 Yeah. And he's convincing her. that he's not and she's overreacting. I wonder if he's trying to drop comments on her to get her back. He should. He should. Oh, like on her. I miss your girl.
Starting point is 00:33:40 Yeah, charm her. It's like never stop dating your girl. Never stop being a thirst bucket to your girl. You know what I'm saying? I have a couple questions because I missed the your guys' initial conversation. Are they separated because of the comments or were they already separated and the comments happened? No, they were together when the comments were happening. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:33:59 Yeah. And then that's why. they're separated. Yeah. Correct. And she asked him to move out two months ago. And she realized that he was even doing it when she was pregnant or having a baby. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:34:10 In the hospital. Right. When she did the backtracking and she saw where all the comments were coming from. Yep. Detective. Yep. And with her, he's not like that.
Starting point is 00:34:18 No. No. And then I asked them too. I was like, was the girls famous or like just average girls? He's like, she said, Were the girls famous?
Starting point is 00:34:25 What does girls being famous mean? Okay. So we have a whole thing. Yeah. So, no, it's not that. It's like, because I was telling them how I used to do this thing with celebrities.
Starting point is 00:34:35 I saw what you were due to sweetie. Yeah. I was hoping you didn't hear that part. Poor sweetie. I definitely heard that part. So, you know, it was just a thing that I would do to make my friends laugh, to be honest. You know, all jokes aside. Question though.
Starting point is 00:34:48 Yeah. Were you in a relationship at that time? Because you guys doing that, like even Greg doing it to Siza, poor Siza. That's what you remember. Yeah, yeah, yeah. She caught that too? You guys being thirsty and famous girls or girls with a lot of followers, in their DMs is one thing.
Starting point is 00:35:02 Having a relationship while doing that is the other part. Of course. Because how would your girl at the time have felt if she saw all the stuff that you sent Sweetie? Yeah, it was, if I was in a relationship, it wasn't like a serious one, you know? So it was like in and out and stuff like that. Most of the time I was just single. And it was funny for me and my friends.
Starting point is 00:35:21 The troll. Yeah, and I would also be like in on it. If I was talking to a girl, but look what I left sweetie. Like it would be a funny thing to me, you know? Almost marketing because people would, they would look for my comments. Look at your comments, yeah. In the comments, you know what I'm saying? Those are your friends though.
Starting point is 00:35:37 Yeah. Looking for the comments. No, but there's specific pages that you go to and you know someone's going to leave a funny comment. Yes, every single time. And you look for that person. So I was like, okay, that, if the girl's in on a joke like that, yeah, if the girl's in on the joke and it's like, okay, you know, this is my celebrity crush or whatever,
Starting point is 00:35:54 then I can see it being like, okay, I get it. Why are you tripping, you know? But if it's just random. girls that it's like somebody's trainer you know or somebody's you know work somewhere that you might run into them or just in general like it's that's super embarrassing and like you know not cool yeah i know for you it might be like the disconnection of someone famous versus someone that is in your same city or maybe not a lot of followers it's just it's just fine yeah i think the action itself is what's upsetting the fact that he doesn't tell me i'm beautiful but he's on someone's page it could be
Starting point is 00:36:25 someone with 10 followers or it could be sweetie. He's on someone's page telling them the exact same things I've probably argued with him like why don't you tell me I'm beautiful why don't you say these things to me and all of that stuff so I guess it's that part versus how big or small
Starting point is 00:36:42 the person maybe yeah because it's the same action it takes the same amount of time to you know thirst over this random person and to thirst over your girl essentially or leave her nice comments yeah I mean she's asking should she get back him? No, she's asking if she's overreacted. I mean, kind of.
Starting point is 00:36:59 Yeah, yeah. Her actual question is she wants to know if she's overreacting, you know, to these IG comments. Let them go. Yeah, because he wants to get back. So technically she's asking, she's asking, should I let this go and potentially give another shot? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:37:16 His main thing, his main argument was like, well, they never commented back. Never met up with them. They never replied. You know, never met up. And I was like, okay, you you swung the bat but you struck out but you want to say like you know you want to call it and say no you still swung the bat
Starting point is 00:37:31 you know what I'm saying like it's not that you didn't make contact it's like what if they did hit you back would he call them back would he meet up with them you know I just asked you that right now yeah yeah would she spend the block so she wants to know if she's overreacting for separating from her husband
Starting point is 00:37:49 because of the comments he left other people on Instagram and he did say hey I'm not having cheated on you yeah hey this is just something like it Instagram's not real yeah probably probably yeah probably this is real birds aren't real yeah all right we're taking calls let's go to Natalie in wooden hills Natalie Natalie Natalie Natalie 9 2 line 2 hi Natalie hi Natalie hi wernozy yes good morning good morning Natalie yes I just want to tell Rachel that if she saw those comments with her eyes because she went looking from. He's definitely doing stuff behind her back that she hasn't seen and a cheater will always deny
Starting point is 00:38:32 when he's asked straight up front and she needs to learn some self-love and let go. A cheater will always deny it but also someone that hasn't done it will deny it too. That is true. That's true. If they're lying or not. Lying, Yeah, I know. Oh, you're talking from experience, you said? Yeah, I'm talking from experience. I went through the same thing with my kids dad, my ex-husband, and he would like girls' videos on Facebook. Everyone could see it, and I confronted him about it, and he blocked me, so I couldn't see him like he did. Oh, wow. What? Yeah, we were still married when he blocked me. He's like, oh, if you're going to make a big deal, then I'm just going to block you. And instead of stopping. So I was like, okay. And I was kind of, I was only 24. I was young. I was naive and I was like, well, all right, I don't see it. It doesn't hurt.
Starting point is 00:39:27 But it's still happening. Oh, my God, Natalie. That was a crazy course of action by him. He's like, oh, you're tired of seeing it or I'm going to block you? I'm not going to stop. Pedro, that's what he really did. So would your friends, like, show you the comments that he was doing? My cousins, because, like, all my whole family had him on social media.
Starting point is 00:39:48 And he wasn't commenting or anything, but he was hard and he would like it. And Facebook back in the day would call you out. It would be like this person liked this video. And it's like, oh, like, losing short, she's showing what she has. And I'm like, all right, well, that's, you know, it's disrespectful. And I feel like Rachel's getting disrespected, especially if he's also telling her things, saying that, like, she's useless or worthless after she had a baby. And it's like, you need to put your woman first and her needs first.
Starting point is 00:40:16 And if his mom's defending his actions, then he's a mama's boy that needs to move back with his mom. And that's the only one that's going to ever forgive all the things he does because that's just the way he was brought up. Wow. Was there any? I'm with you, Natalie, because I think the, I think the liking or commenting on other girls' pictures is the least of her red flags. Because that could be debated. And I know that's why kind of why she told us, hey, is this writer? Is this wrong?
Starting point is 00:40:42 But at the same time, like, him talking to you the way he does should have, should be why you're separated from him. A hundred percent. There's that part of it. So even if we say you overreacted it. overreacted with the comments. The other part is like, yeah. That's crazy part. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:40:57 Yeah. Natalie, I have to put herself first. Natalie, I have a question. Would your ex-husband ever try to like, you know, tell you, you were overreacting about the photos or try to explain themselves? Oh, all the time. Oh, it's because I liked her T-shirt or she had cool socks on. Disbanded shorts, stretch nicely. What were some excuses?
Starting point is 00:41:17 Yeah. Yeah, well, at first, he'd be like, oh, it's lit. And I'm like, there's no way His finger slipped? And I'm like, dude, that's how it works. So I try not to say anything because I try to be like the cool girl.
Starting point is 00:41:32 And I'm like, you know what? I'm not going to say anything. He said it slipped. I'm going to believe it. But then the slip into like the slip over to the heart version. And I'm like, this didn't slip. Like you intentionally hearted it.
Starting point is 00:41:42 And I was like, you're really going to trip on me over social media. I'm just going to block you. And I'm like, that's not going to sleep. My finger slipped. just crazy. Use that one. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:41:54 This is how you guys sound. No. You guys. Yeah. Yeah. In general, you guys say stuff like that. What's the Dr.
Starting point is 00:42:00 Dre and Eminem song, The Guilty Conscience, where they're like, what you slipped and landed on is, whoa. Oh. I can't take it. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:42:07 All right. Thank you so much for calling in. I appreciate you. Thank you, Natalie. Thank you, Natalie. Okay. So I have a question. If there's three men in this room,
Starting point is 00:42:16 please tell me that something like this has happened to you and how you responded. What is the response from the guy Should you have accidentally slipped on a like button And your girl not be okay with it There was a time where I liked a beach picture But I actually liked a beach And they didn't notice a girl that was in the beach picture
Starting point is 00:42:34 The waves were nice I really wanted to go to that beach Because of the picture It was a nice picture I talked about this before I think it was the black sand You know the black sand that was like in Hawaii or something like that It was a nice island
Starting point is 00:42:45 Yeah But I didn't put two and two together That there was a girl in the picture and a bikini that I also had a black bikini on and she looked really nice in it. Yeah. But I really wanted to go to the beach and then she was like,
Starting point is 00:42:55 why are you liking pictures like this? I don't know about black blah blah blah blah. I'm like, oh, I'm sorry. Like I don't even know what to do right now. I just like the picture. It just slipped. What color? What color was the bikini?
Starting point is 00:43:04 It just slipped. Black. It was a black bikini. I remember the picture of being very aesthetic because it was black sand and black bikini and she had orange hair too. What? I was very specific.
Starting point is 00:43:18 The rocks were like, So you're clear. That's cool. That's a cool picture. Your argument was the aesthetic. It was like, yeah. That you're like a, you're a, a photographer. We should do a photo shoot there, babe.
Starting point is 00:43:28 That'd be a good idea. Yeah. That should be the answer right there. Did it work? No. We broke up. Oh. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:43:37 For me, it's like, you know, people do photo dumps. So it's like some may, there might be like one suggested photo, but the others are normal, you know, just be like, why didn't like that photo? Specifically. Specifically, it was just like a cool dumps. So you're telling me it was all by accident. You guys have never intentionally liked a photo. I mean, yeah, but, you know, it wasn't like, like, there's a such thing as like mindlessly scrolling, you know,
Starting point is 00:44:02 and it's like, what is that mean? Like, well, you're scrolling mindlessly and you're just like, all right, like this, whatever, this and that. And then you don't realize that, like, it can be looked at as disrespectful. It's, you shouldn't do it. You know what I'm saying? For sure. And so it's like one of those things of like, yeah, I did it. It wasn't intentional.
Starting point is 00:44:18 know I wasn't trying to upset you or even like I don't sit there and want to want this person, you know? And it's like after that, it's like, I'm just unfollow because the block is hot now. Yeah, it's happened. One second. KPWR, Los Angeles, Power 106. We're in a homie help line. KVR, HD1, Los Angeles.
Starting point is 00:44:36 There you go. Power 1st, LA is number one for hip hop. That's right. Yes. But yes, I actually. If you're going to say it, Maximo, say it correctly or else I get in trouble. That's fine. Oh, pardon.
Starting point is 00:44:45 I tried. My best, okay? He tried. but I actually have done it but I feel like for me it's a little different since I also do photography sometimes there's things like I'm not going to be liking like
Starting point is 00:44:57 extremely suggestive photos or videos but there's stuff that like you know to me it's like there's a aesthetic some type of shadowing some like location I don't know that I would like a photo
Starting point is 00:45:10 and it won't necessarily be like okay maybe the model or the girl is beautiful but to me that sometimes there's like a bigger story to it. But that's just me. I don't, you know, I'm not liking like twerking videos and things like that. That's crazy. But they're good dancers.
Starting point is 00:45:26 Right. They're skilled, though. So all three of you just incredibly, they're well-rounded men that don't ever fall into the thirst traps, never comment on a photo, none of that. So I definitely can't take your guys' experience then, right? In a relationship? It has to be a guy that is in a relationship that has commented crazy things in another girl's besides his girls
Starting point is 00:45:49 Instagram photos. That's out of pocket. That's not out of pocket. That's like you're trying to get caught. What about like you? Just three good men. Just three good men in a room right there. Yeah, we play fair.
Starting point is 00:45:58 That's out of pocket. Yeah. Okay, okay, okay. Yeah, that's out of pocket. I guess I would say, I guess I would say it's seeming that baby girl is considering forgetting about it and maybe talking to him about it. And I would say if this is the first time that you caught him, how does he react now that like how is his demeanor now that you've caught him has he changed are you willing to let him
Starting point is 00:46:21 change maybe like you guys said it was it was just mindless he didn't know any better all of that now that he knows better is he gonna do better should he have should he deserve that chance to do better yeah that's the main part is like you know they say uh change behavior is the best apology you know so it's like okay i was messing up but ever since then since i you know made that mistake it's like I'm reformed. I don't do that anymore. You know, I don't like these girls' photos or I unfollowed all these girls because it's not appropriate. Victory outreach dog.
Starting point is 00:46:53 Yeah. But I also feel like it's less of liking the photos too because it's like if she wants to go back, she wants to be treated right. So it's got to start there. Yeah, that seems like one component. It's part of all of that. I know, but this is what she hit us up about my school. I know.
Starting point is 00:47:06 I'm just saying. Her question was about the photos. Yeah, I agree with you. Yeah. Let's go to Daisy and our handbra on line five. What's up, Daisy? Hey guys, good morning. Hi, Daisy.
Starting point is 00:47:17 Good morning. Hey, guys, first of all, I want to tell you guys, we're brandy listeners. We have a couple months listening to you guys, me and my son, and we travel a little far for school, so you guys make our morning very, very short, and we love you guys so much. Thank you. Hey, shout out to your son. Daisy, what's your son's name? My son's name is Matthew.
Starting point is 00:47:38 He's actually listening right now, and it was his idea to call guys. We got in, which is crazy. We go up. Early we're in the car. We're like, we're going to do this and we got in. So great news. It's also his birthday. Happy birthday.
Starting point is 00:47:50 Happy birthday. Happy birthday, Matthew. Happy birthday. Thank you guys so much. Daisy, real quick question before we get into your answer because you're a new listener. I don't think you know that you also have the name of Greg's ex. Yeah. Oh, no.
Starting point is 00:48:04 Is that good or bad? Bad, I'm assuming. It's good for me. No, she was good. Greg totally deserved the breakup. She was a great girl. Yeah. I'll say that.
Starting point is 00:48:13 that. Oh, well, I don't think Greg is going to like my answer then because I'm assuming it's going to be the opposite of what he thinks. But I think everybody's kind of on the same page. It's wrong what he's doing. Yeah. Also, they have a baby together and it's a newborn baby. So I'm thinking where these conversations not had before we got here. Like, these are things that you talk about during your dating phase, you know, girlfriend, boyfriend. I mean, you don't have to be married to have a baby, but I'm assuming you have a baby, you know, this is a long-term thing that you're planning. You know, this is a long-term thing that you're planning. on. So these are super important questions that you need to be asking before you get into a relationship because let's say that to him liking or commenting on girls, you know, pictures, it's not a big deal, but to her it is. And if he gets defensive, he got defensive when she brought it up or he's trying to make it seem like it's okay, then he's not very considerate of the way she feels, right? So then even if she gives him a chance, unless he's, you know, he changes completely, you know, it's still going to be an issue. And let's say he does it again, it's not going to matter whether she gives him a shot or not. You know, he's not going to, it's not a big deal for him, period.
Starting point is 00:49:25 So they go back to give it one more shot, then what? You know, like it's just not going to work out at all. So I just think she should not give him another chance. What does that question sound like, though? whatever. I'm sorry? What is that question? Like,
Starting point is 00:49:40 what are you talking about? What questions should she, like should have been asked before? Because I don't, during the dating. Yeah, during the dating, because I don't think anybody plans
Starting point is 00:49:47 for their partner to be commenting on other people's stuff. Yeah. So, what do you consider, what do you consider okay in a relationship? If, you know,
Starting point is 00:49:56 this person and that person get into a relationship, is it okay if I comment, if I, if I have girlfriends on social media, is it okay to, just part of the questions
Starting point is 00:50:05 that you ask somebody when you're dating, dating before you get into a relationship. If I comment on a girl's picture while we're in a relationship, is that okay? Or is it going to bother you? Or, you know, what are the, the do's and don'ts between both of you, right? Because everybody's dues and don'ts are going to be different.
Starting point is 00:50:22 Yeah. But if that's something that's super important. Like what qualifies as disrespect in a relationship to you? And what doesn't qualify as disrespect? Because going like super specific, maybe they got together before Instagram was really a thing in their life. Right. Yeah, I think so. But I think it's been also around for a while now for, you know,
Starting point is 00:50:40 it's always a topic in the relationship with your girlfriends, with your friends. Yeah. You always bring it up, right? It's something that it's inevitable. So I think if she does want to give it a shot, he needs to apologize, consider her feelings, and if he's okay with not doing it, then fine. But if he isn't, there's no point in trying again and again and again. You know, there really isn't.
Starting point is 00:51:03 Have you gone through this before? Um, somewhat yes, I have. As in, please explain. Yeah, as in story time. Let's get toxic. All right. I want to know, I want to know why Matthew told you to call in, your son. Does he go through this?
Starting point is 00:51:19 Are you kind of building him up in a certain way? No, we honestly didn't know what the topic was going to be this morning. Oh, you just go to call. Let's get it. That's right, Matthew. But he really wanted to call. So, um, so yeah. And don't be liking girls pictures if you have a girl, Matthew.
Starting point is 00:51:36 Yeah, Matthew. We're watching you. Like him up. Don't walk another girl's class. I'm only 30. You need to learn early. You need to learn early. Yeah, right.
Starting point is 00:51:47 Exactly. Start liking all of them. Yeah, he's not on social media yet, but he doesn't know. Good. I'm trying to think of what the- Thank you for calling in. I appreciate you. Thank you so much.
Starting point is 00:51:58 Thank you. Thank you. You guys. Have a good way, guys. Thank you. You guys. You guys, I'm trying to figure out what's the equivalent of like. Like being 10 in school and doing that.
Starting point is 00:52:06 Like, don't wait for... Playing Roblox with someone else. Yeah, don't play Roblox with somebody else. Has it been passing notes. Do kids still pass notes? Don't stand next one in the lunch line. I don't know. I'm trying to think back to...
Starting point is 00:52:18 At 10. Don't get them cuts during a handball? Cuts. Don't share you feastable with them. Oh, yeah. Disrespect. Disrespect. All right, we got a lot of girls calling in to say the same thing that we're saying,
Starting point is 00:52:31 I want to hear from the guy. So let's go to T. from Long Beach on line four. TJ, what's up? My boy, TJ, TJ. Happy Thursday, Thursday. Hey, bro. What's up, Pops?
Starting point is 00:52:45 Okay, real quick, I'm gonna make this short and sweet because I know that's how you like it, let these soap. Hey, yo! Di, why not chill? He's not wrong, darn. He's not wrong. Somebody said, was it big? Somebody said, dang, I forgot.
Starting point is 00:52:59 Somebody had said something about, oh, I think it was the caller. She said, did she go looking for? for the comments. Yeah. My question is this, how do we know that this young lady who's worth everything that she should be, that she deserved that she's not getting, prompt her? Maybe something prompt her to go to the social media and look at the comments.
Starting point is 00:53:20 Because if she's not getting all the well-deserved attention that she needs for her husband, it's like, okay, well, what's going on? It's like, I don't say everybody's so quick to blame her, but I don't feel like she is I don't know I don't feel like she is pretty much I think she's kicking herself in a butt too hard
Starting point is 00:53:40 and I don't feel like she's given like she don't realize her worthy her worthiness and I don't think that she should wait any more time on this so-called husband because he's not giving her what she needs and what she wants and you guys talked about
Starting point is 00:53:57 it being disrespectful comments No, I totally agree with you, especially when you're in a relationship. But there are two different type of commenting on pages because I do it all this hard. And I've been in a seven-year relationship. But my thing is, my- What are you comment, bro? No, no, no, no, TJ, hold on, hold on. TJ, no, you come to our events a lot, TJ.
Starting point is 00:54:22 You've been in a seven-year relationship and you dance like that at our brunch with that one girl. Uh-huh. And you buy drinks for everyone? He even bought me a drink. TJ. You know. T.J. Tijuana.
Starting point is 00:54:33 You know where that comes from? It comes from the blood. My mom do it. My grandma did. What? It's in the bloodline. You can't change it. Exactly.
Starting point is 00:54:43 Ultimately, I'm just a giving person. And I like to see other people pretty much. I love it, you know, I like to do for other people pretty much. That's really what that is. You were gyrating. You were gyrating at our brunch. What do you mean you're a giving person?
Starting point is 00:54:58 In a seven-year relationship? said it's because of my grandma. Yeah, it's his grandma. So, no, the thing is this. Declure all out of, I appreciate when people go up there and be brave and be bold and sing and dance.
Starting point is 00:55:13 And it's a sign of happiness to me. That's the way I look at it. That's right. There you go, TJ. Appreciate it. But so, back to the, back to the, back to the,
Starting point is 00:55:24 and let's, you said something about my relationship. My other half knows who I am, and what I'm about. He knows I like to listen to people, and I like to assist them or help them along the way. So that's why I said it's different commenting when you're commenting on stuff. I'm not disrespectful like that. I'm going to tell my two cents and be done with it.
Starting point is 00:55:45 Ah, okay. That's what I mean. I was interested in the folks I guess. Yeah. Your other half understands. And that's a good one. And all in all, she needs to pretty much start a new beginning without him, because she deserves way more than what she's getting pretty much.
Starting point is 00:56:02 Yeah. That part. That's it. That's all. You all. You all have a beautiful day. TJ. You want to have you too.
Starting point is 00:56:08 So you have the next brunch. Yeah. Hey, we unlocked the new excuse. I did this because of my grandma? Yeah. My grandma, you know. I left those comments because of my grandma. It runs in the bloodline.
Starting point is 00:56:21 Freaking T. My grandma used to send postcards. Oh, man. Yeah, they would. They would. I think that's enough. I don't know. Rachel
Starting point is 00:56:29 Same. Hey, baby girl, you got to understand your worth at this point. Yeah. And it's beyond the comments. The comments you could get over. If it was as trivial as that,
Starting point is 00:56:39 see how he changes or if he, like the guy said, change behavior is the best apology. But it seems like there's more to the story. Yeah. Like, there's other reasons why it should be a no-go. It sounds like there's layers
Starting point is 00:56:49 because even him telling her like the day of the wedding or like the day after the wedding that she's useless, it's like that's a big red flag. Yeah. Just go comment on my Instagram. That's it. do that and then send it to him. Get him jealous back with Greg?
Starting point is 00:57:01 I told you. Followed by Greg C. Followed by Greg C. There you go. Boom, I'll follow you back too. Yeah. I'll Photoshop her in the back of the DJ. Hey.
Starting point is 00:57:09 Ambrasala with Angie. All right. This has to be the most expensive and non-fony prank call ever made. You guys, I'm talking about the phone call that was made to Shadur Sanders saying that he was actually drafted when he wasn't drafted. Oh, my God. If you guys remember, it was like a whole thing. saying like why hasn't this guy getting a drafter for the NFL anything stuff like that right he was
Starting point is 00:57:38 a big deal because people were expecting him to be like a first rounder yeah he was one of the biggest names in college football you know with his branding and then him being the son of deion centers he was an all-time great in the sport of football um and a lot of people had him as like a first round draft pick as a quarterback you know tom brady's his mentor he just had all these things you know that was like, oh man, this guy's a big, big deal. Yep. He's going to get selected early. And then he continued to fall and fall and fall and nobody drafted him until the fifth
Starting point is 00:58:10 round. Yep, Cleveland rounds. Yeah. Which was really late. Yeah. So this kid, 21-year-old Jacks, is actually son of the Falcons D.C., Jeff Elbridge. Yeah. He thought it was funny to go ahead and get Sanders' number and prank call him, telling him he
Starting point is 00:58:26 actually got drafted when he wasn't drafted. Listen, this is the prank call. Hey, is this your dear? This is Mickey Loomis here, the, uh, the GM of the New Orleans Saints. How are you doing? You gonna be a wait moment. Yeah, but it's been a long wait, man. Uh, we're gonna take you with our next peak right here, man.
Starting point is 00:58:42 It doesn't be nothing to do you. Hey, but you're gonna have to wait a little bit longer, man. Sorry about that. Not even funny. I know that's supposed to be a prank cop, but I'm like, where's the funniness? Well, his delivery was so off. Yeah. It's awkward.
Starting point is 00:58:59 Uh, yeah, he went straight to like, you're gonna work to, little longer. Like, this, yeah, this was very juvenile. He obviously hasn't done a lot of prank calls
Starting point is 00:59:07 in his past. Yeah. Right. He never went to the soundboards and did like Napoleon Dynamite. Yeah. What is that?
Starting point is 00:59:14 They used to be a website with a bunch of soundboards and it was like Terminator. You get to change. Really? Yeah. This is before AI. You could like use movie clips
Starting point is 00:59:22 on a soundboard to prank call somebody in somebody's voice. Oh, that's cool. Yeah, like, like, um. Terminator is like, where is she? Yeah,
Starting point is 00:59:30 get to the chop. Yeah. something like that. I didn't know that. You'd be like, yeah, you'd prank call people like that. But the thing was, so he's the son of the defensive coordinator. Yeah, Jeff O'Bridge. For the Falcons.
Starting point is 00:59:43 But then he said he was Mickey Loomis from, who's the general manager of the Saints. So that's the arrival of the Saints. The Falcons are rival, the Saints, like their main rival. So he was trying to like, I don't know, like set them up a little bit. Like, oh, this is, you know, he obviously didn't want to reveal his identity. Yeah. And be like, oh, I'm the son of this. you know you're right
Starting point is 01:00:02 Of course. It's a bring call supposedly. Yeah, but the delivery was just so off. You know, it would have just
Starting point is 01:00:10 there could have been a better way to do it. It wasn't really funny. It was just really messed up to somebody that was going through a lot. Emotional because I know like even Shador
Starting point is 01:00:19 he got like a separate phone making sure that he got that phone call. Yeah. And like at that point it's like now you're messing with his emotions. Yeah, because that phone was specific for the draft.
Starting point is 01:00:30 So that way no one could have the number. So he instantly knew that someone either leaked the number or it was like something sketchy because it wasn't like his day-to-day phone, personal phone. It was specific to this. Oh, wow. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:00:45 I know they did that. Well, it's a very important call that he's waiting for. So I assume like he even had a party with his family saying like, oh, I'm going to wait for this phone call because I'm going to get this phone call soon. And then even when he got the phone call afterwards, he was really confused. He was left confused. He was like, I don't know exactly what happened. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:01:04 If you've ever been waiting on a phone call and you're like around a bunch of people, you know, you get that feeling like, oh, everybody. Yes, yes. Here it is. Here's the call. You get empty. Yeah, yeah. You're like, oh, right.
Starting point is 01:01:14 And then you're like, hello? And then you get all excited. And then it's like a prank. Oh, man. Yeah. The worst. Yeah. Well, that prank call actually backfired because now the NFL is actually finding the
Starting point is 01:01:27 Falcons a quarter mill, $250,000. and they're also fighting D.C. Jeff Obrich $100,000 for leaking Shadir's phone number during the NFL. Yes, that's terrible because at the end of the day, the Falcons had nothing to do with this. And that just puts that kid's dad, the coach, Obrich job on the line, and he's going to be under a microscope, which is terrible for this situation. And so apparently the way that Jack's son, he got the number was from his dad's iPad. To the point that now Jeff, the DC, had to actually go on and make a public apology.
Starting point is 01:02:07 No way. My actions of not protecting confidential data were inexcusable. My son's actions were absolutely inexcusable. And for that, we are both deeply sorry. The NFL has taken action and I fully respect the punishment. We take full responsibility, my son and myself, and we will not be appealing to fine in any way. Again, I'm deeply sorry for our actions. Wow.
Starting point is 01:02:31 100 bands? 100 bands, yep. I've been, I've been mad. Of him just like specifically just him. So in total, the NFL's finding, what, $350,000? Yeah. For a dumb prank call. That was not funny whatsoever.
Starting point is 01:02:45 A little call, $300,000. I've been mad at my son, you know. Dude. You know, if you're a parent, you've been mad at your kids before. Yeah. I've never been $100,000 mad at myself. Right. I don't even know what that would be like.
Starting point is 01:02:57 You know those videos that you see online when it's like, the kid goes face up versus the parent on the football field. They should have that kid go face up against every linebacker on that team. Oh, yeah. And just goes, you want to be grown? You want to make jokes? I'll show you funny.
Starting point is 01:03:15 Did you guys ever prank call 911 when you were younger? Oh, my God, no. No, no, I was scared. You don't do that. Yeah, I did that when I was younger. And my parents would mean. And the cop. Reportedly allegedly.
Starting point is 01:03:25 No, no, no, no. It's back in the day it was able to. Yeah, no. But like they would tell you like my parents would be like they're going to charge you. Like if you call the cops again, they're going to charge you for it and I have to pay for it for every single car. Yeah. Every single cop car that comes out. And I was like, oh, I'm never going to do that again ever my life.
Starting point is 01:03:42 I'm sorry. No, that's messed up. The worst prank call I ever done, I was like 13. And I got my cousin's phone and we called this lady and we told her that her daughter was pregnant. Oh my gosh. She wasn't. Like, it was just really funny. That's not even funny.
Starting point is 01:03:57 No, don't say it wasn't funny. It was hilarious. Well, that's probably what Jack is thinking right here. Like, oh, we're so funny. We didn't record it. We just have the memories. Yes, in our brain. That's the thing, because I remember we used a prank call our middle school
Starting point is 01:04:11 because we knew that it was students answering the phone. And we used Terminator and be like, this is an officer. And they'd be like, sorry, officer, what do you need? Where is she? Where is she? And they'd be like, where is who? Hold on. Let me call the administration.
Starting point is 01:04:24 What? Like, I'm John Conno. Where is John Conno? It was great. It was top tier, but we never recorded it. Yeah. See, that's before social media. This fool, this kid actually, he's not even a kid.
Starting point is 01:04:36 He's 21 years old. He thought it was funny to upload it for views or likes and all that stuff. Yeah, that's what, yeah, Jack's messed up by doing that. And then I also want to note, so people think everybody in the NFL is like filthy rich, right? Yeah. Jack's old rich's dad, he only makes $1.6 million a year. Oh, only? No, wait, wait, but $100,000 of that.
Starting point is 01:05:00 That's like a 10% of his paycheck. It's a lot. It's going to make an impact. You know what I'm saying? So not to say it's like, you know, they're all billionaires and it's like it's not going to affect them. No, this is going to hurt his pockets. Yeah, it is. Definitely is.
Starting point is 01:05:10 Yeah. That prank call actually backfired. All right, that's it for Sombrasaela. Brought to you by your local Southern California Toyota dealers. I'm Angie from Brownback Mornings on Power 106. What's the word? Connected like I'm rosecrans. Roastcrans.
Starting point is 01:05:23 Word on Rosecrans. The word is Nike. is selling some new Air Force ones that come pre-cooked. Jesus. Pre-cooked. Dirty. So Nike's Dot Swoosh Division is releasing a dirty white Air Force One. Okay.
Starting point is 01:05:40 They're called the Dirty, sorry, they're called the Nike Air Force One, Dirty Triple White. And the function of the Dot Swoosh Division is to make shoes out of internet culture and gaming. You know, as we know, the dirty white air forces is like a, it's a meme, it's a trend. Yeah, it's a thing. They say like, oh, it's a meme for sure. This is what white girls wear all the time. This is part of their uniform or whatever it might be. If you're-Beaters, no?
Starting point is 01:06:03 Yeah, exactly. You should not be wearing Air Forces that are that dirty, first of all. The way that Nike's selling them right now. Now you can. Yeah, now you can. Because, you know, they had to create their own version. So they come dirty, scuffed, and scratched right out the box. And supposedly, you're supposed to wear them and they get cleaner and better over time.
Starting point is 01:06:22 However, a sneaker influencer got them early. he tried them, tried them on, try to clean them, and no matter what he did, the shoes did not get any cleaner. What? But you're not supposed to clean them. You're supposed to wear them.
Starting point is 01:06:36 He wore them. He did everything he could, that nothing makes. No, but it's like Nike has that technology already. I know like with some shoes, it's like you wear them and then they start like the more and more you wear them, like it starts to change color.
Starting point is 01:06:48 So like maybe the squish will turn into from orange to yellow or something like that. That's called worn out. But that's the, no, but that's the thing that's, Nike's the technology that they have, I guess. So you're saying there's some shoes you could put in the microwave and they change colors. The shoe's going to clean itself over time is what you're saying.
Starting point is 01:07:04 It's going to. I don't know about that part. It's not cleaning. It's you're wearing them. So the more you wear them, they're going to look cleaner. That's the technology. So according to that. I think we're all getting it wrong.
Starting point is 01:07:16 It has a thing. So it comes with a little card, right? And on the card, it says the more you wear it, the more beautiful it becomes. It's that simple. It's black and white. And then they said, we put a toothbrush in there too in case you want to take things into your own hands, do your thing. Yeah, destroy them.
Starting point is 01:07:33 However, but the funny part is that the sneaker influencer tried his best to, you know, maybe he just misinterpreted it. Yeah. Because what does beautiful mean? Exactly. It's subjective. I think by beautiful it means like it's going to stay dirty. I don't think it means it's going to convert into a white shoe
Starting point is 01:07:50 because then why would we keep buying white Air Force? Air Force is. If they have the technology. Yeah. So the dirty triple white and they even have a dirty, sorry, a triple triple black. They drop on 5-7. So when I think triple-triple-tri-black, I'm thinking of the Kendrick Lamar. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:08:08 The artwork. Yeah, that's exactly what I think. For those cooked black air forces that are like super messed up and they ended up being popular and selling for a lot. But they're going on sale 5-7. I don't know which you're referring to. The cover art for, I believe it was Let the Party Die by Ken. Kendrick.
Starting point is 01:08:24 Uh-huh. They had, um... Oh, got it. That he put on Instagram. Yeah, exactly. They had, they had just, uh, completely, like, worn out black air forces. Yeah. Okay, got it.
Starting point is 01:08:33 Yeah. So they're releasing on May 7th. They're going to be $130. Wait, they're the cup. That's like the price of Air Force is. No, no. No. Air Force is come, like, clean, like, the brand new, like, regional ones.
Starting point is 01:08:47 They're $110. Yeah. Oh, okay. They're $20. They're $20 more than some really... You know, it's crazy. Nike sent me some, and I have some for sale for $50 if anyone wants to buy some. They're all size nine. No, no, no.
Starting point is 01:09:01 I think I have like three pairs, too, that I could sell for $50. I think we should just make a business out of this. I feel like Nike sent someone to, like, the trash recycling centers and was like, look, find every Air Force you have. Let's resell them. I'm not mad at this whole trend because I think even the, I think we're talking about Golden Goose, I believe, is the name of the brand. Very expensive luxury brand shoes. that you pay them to customize it to make them look more worn. So they'll scuff it.
Starting point is 01:09:29 They'll kind of, if they have a little bit of denim on them, they'll like scratch it out to make them look like distressed jeans. And people pay top dollar. Like the 110 or the 130, 140, that's chump change to this type of brand, right? Golden Goose is about $600 for a pair. Yeah. $5.95 for some brand new ones. Just the sneakers.
Starting point is 01:09:48 The boots are like $800. I'm not mad at the trend just because, Shout out to all the sneaker heads out there, but I see how hard sneaker heads try not to mess up their shoes, you know, not to even bend down with them or like bend the top part of it. Yeah, crease it.
Starting point is 01:10:05 Yeah, no one wants to crease it. Now if it's a good thing to do, maybe all of our Jordans that we use and we like keep in tip top shape, maybe we can really wear them. They're more social and not just keep them putting your house and blocked away, you know? This is ugly.
Starting point is 01:10:21 I like them. You got a fresh fit on and then you have some ugly forces on. But it's part of the like these are intentionally dirty. I bought them this way. Yeah. That makes them fresh. People are doing that with like the jean shorts and stuff like that. They're making them look dirty and making them look like all ripped up.
Starting point is 01:10:37 It's all part of like the current trend and style. Yeah. I personally like these. No, I'm buying fun of you. You will? Yeah. See, I watch. If you wear them.
Starting point is 01:10:46 But that's the thing. That's why I'm thinking is like that technology the Nike has as, as much. It's more, the more tear you have, it's going to get, they're going to get cleaner or whatever. Yeah. So it would be cool if Nike actually released like a whole video of see like how it works. How to do it. I have a couple of pairs of shoes like that, that like, you can take off the thread of some Nike dumps that I have. Yeah, you can take off the whole thread and it looks different after.
Starting point is 01:11:09 Yeah. I also have the Nike Union fours. Same thing. You take out a string and you follow it and now it looks like a little more like all different. Yeah. It looks like kind of a different feel. That's why I'm thinking like these Nike's are different. and the expensive ones that you were talking about, Greg.
Starting point is 01:11:24 The golden goose? Yeah, the golden goose. Because I believe the golden goose, they're not going to turn into something else. But these Nike ones are going to turn into something else. I don't think they're going to turn into something else. They're just saying the more beautiful that it is. I don't think that means clean, Angie.
Starting point is 01:11:36 You're accepting them because they're dirty. That's what you're doing. Yeah, you want them to be dirty. Yeah. So the more you look at them, you're going to be like, they're not that bad. Okay. Maybe I'm misunderstanding because I just keep thinking Nike has that technology, and they've done it with other shoes, so they're just doing the reverse with these dirty.
Starting point is 01:11:50 I get you the two. Brush is kind of throwing it off because it's like you would think a toothbrush is kind of used to clean shoes. Yeah. You know I do. But it's like it doesn't. What the sneaker influencer did, he tried all day with the toothbrush. That they gave them. Oh, okay.
Starting point is 01:12:03 Right. Maybe they just want you to brush your teeth so your smile looks better than your shoes. It's going to be whiter than the shoes. White your shoes. Like I said, if you're wearing these, I'm roasting you. You wouldn't know. It's funny because I have a homie. Shut out, Edwin.
Starting point is 01:12:15 He actually would buy use Air Forces off online for this style. Oh, that was his thing. That was his thing. Why? Nike ain't missing a dollar. Yeah, that was just his thing. And it's funny that now there's actual product. Nike saw your friend Edwin selling them and they were like, all right, bet.
Starting point is 01:12:31 There's a demand for it. Yeah, there is. Even if you don't like it, there's people that do. So weird. I'm coping a pair. No, don't do that. Give me two purse. What's next, Vic?
Starting point is 01:12:42 All right, so Ben Affleck has the worst Mount Rushmore ever. What? All right. Movie star, Ben Affleck was asked about his Mount Rushmore. of hip-hop artists, which is a trending thing right now. You know, a lot of them have been going viral online. Yes. And for those that didn't pay attention in U.S. history,
Starting point is 01:12:58 Mount Rushmore is a huge rock carving in North Dakota with four of our greatest U.S. presidents. Yeah. So people have been asking celebrity who should be. Who's on there? Yeah, who should be etched in stone? No, who's on there right now? The president. Oh, it's Thomas Jefferson, Teddy Roosevelt, George Washington and Abraham Lincoln.
Starting point is 01:13:14 Wow. Nice. That's why you choose Vig during our games, everybody. Yeah. He knows trivia. Every time. So Ben Affleck had his own So Ben Affleck had his own
Starting point is 01:13:25 And his answer surprised me Oh, I'm Ben Affleck His answer surprised me Listen to this I choose I'm Batman I'm Batman I'm Batman and I'm Batman
Starting point is 01:13:41 And I choose What's the rapper Mount Rushmore Depends if you're talking about Historical or like I think LeWain Should be on it But I also think that Like you're talking about like
Starting point is 01:13:52 EasyE today We're talking about like back You know when we were young. I mean, you know, a lot of people talk about like, well, Slick Rick or, you know, and of course, there's like Kendrick right now. So you got Lowell Wayne, Kendrick, Slick, Slick, and Easy? Yeah, I mean, I kind of at random, but yeah, I take that Mount Rushmore. I take that. That's such an old head answer. He's just mixing different.
Starting point is 01:14:14 I like it. Slick Rick? Yeah. It was just the four rappers that came to his head. Storytelling. Yeah, storytelling. Yeah, storytelling. And even the ice, the jewelry culture comes from Slickrigg.
Starting point is 01:14:25 Slick Rick Kierrex. Kendrick Lamar, lyricism. Grab a camel by the toe. I have a problem with two of them. And it's not to disrespect EZE or Slick but it's like they're not on the level of a
Starting point is 01:14:35 little Wayne or a Kendrick. Easy EZE is not a rapper. But it's not asking about lyricism. No, it's not. But to me, even as a body of work. That's how you
Starting point is 01:14:47 Rose Kranzvik would put it. Yeah. I do like EZE for the businessman aspect of it. Because plenty of people like a Nipsey would refer to EZE and what he did. Yeah. As in regards to being a G on the street and also putting money behind artists, what he did with bone thugs,
Starting point is 01:15:03 all of that. Yeah. Well, being, he started, like, not started, but he was one of the first active artists. Yeah, active artist who was also, like, the boss. Nobody knew that, like, funding it. Yeah, like, well, he's, he's in posing the photos. He's also, you know, a part owner of whatever was going on.
Starting point is 01:15:18 Yeah, I can hate on that. Yeah. But then you have slick Rick? Slick Rick was good. Yeah. But my part is, like, to me, even. EasyE wasn't a rapper necessarily Ice Cube wrote his bars than other people That would just said hip-hop Mount Rushmore
Starting point is 01:15:32 Yeah We can't not include EasyE, that's crazy For a Mount Rushmore though I'm not mad It's only four Maybe like personally I would say that they wouldn't go on mine But I would understand why he chose those people I just feel like he chose the first four that came to his mind
Starting point is 01:15:47 Nah even if those four came to his mind I give props for those coming to his mind Wayne is a good one Wayne, yeah. Wayne is a mind. If we're talking about rappers that strictly just first come to your brain, people will more than likely say Drake. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:16:01 And he didn't. He didn't. So I think he has more of a just, let me just say random rappers. Oh, he's obviously team Kendrick. So I don't have a problem with the Lil Wayne and the Kendrick selections at all. They're on my mom. Yeah, it's just those two, Slick Rick and EasyE for you. Don't respect those to Slickickick and EasyE.
Starting point is 01:16:15 No, that's purely a Vic. Yeah. And Vic only. Yeah. Vic has something. I think, but I think they're better than the Beastie boys, though. Oh, come on. All right.
Starting point is 01:16:25 You're choosing Slick Rick over the B.C. boys. 100%. What? A thousand percent. Now, this is a story. Come on. That's Will Smith, stupid. But no, here's a little story.
Starting point is 01:16:38 That's Rick is a children's story. That's not how it goes. And that's how it sounds. Yes, it is. I'm a rapper in the 90s and I rap like this. No. Sleeper goes colder than that. You all are debating something Ben Affleck.
Starting point is 01:16:49 That's his for himself. His mouth. All right. That's right. We don't want to get to the East D.Cy boys discussion. But that was your word on Rose Cranz. Brought you by local Southern California, Toyota dealers. I'm Rose Cranz, Victor Brownback Mornings on Power 106.
Starting point is 01:17:02 It is time to save the rhino. You sound really happy about that. I know, because it's national what? National Save a Rhino Day. So what Greg did is he saved us a rhino. I saved you two rhinos. You too. Please explain what a rhino is.
Starting point is 01:17:19 So let me explain. Marks me going to read the back. Works in 60 minutes. Long time of intercourse Last up to seven days Better control Intenseness I'm not gonna read all the words
Starting point is 01:17:36 Here you go rock solid So it's a mail enhancement pill correct? Yes that you buy at the gas station You can buy them at multiple stores For real? Liquor stores yeah like once you pay they're right there Yeah oh yeah And the rest of the cashier tells you have a good time
Starting point is 01:17:52 We were talking about doing this on the show, and we're like, okay, who's going to go buy it? And Greg's like, don't even worry. I got it. I got him in my car. I got him right now, actually. You're crazy, Greg. What do you mean, honey packs? I got that too.
Starting point is 01:18:06 He comes to work with these as concerning. You know what the funny thing is that. I'm so glad I'm in New York right now. Yeah, thank you. Yeah, you're lucky. The funny thing about this is that I was trying to figure out how to open it and I see Vic just pop it up. Oh, he's an expert. So you guys are about to pop a rhino?
Starting point is 01:18:24 We're about to pop a rhino. Oh my God. All right. Do it. We're going to have Greg C. play some horns music to go along with this. I want you to like get the vibe in, you know. We need to get the vibe in.
Starting point is 01:18:35 Hold on. The presentation on this is like opening iPhone. It's immaculate. So Greg is setting up the mood for you guys? Yes. Oh, my goodness. Oh, my God. I feel like a theater should call it right now.
Starting point is 01:18:51 Are you popping it? Yeah, hold on, hold on. Here we go. There's nothing. Oh, they just took it. He took it. All right, how bad is it take to start working? I think it's already working.
Starting point is 01:19:08 No, it says 60 minutes. 60 minutes. Some faster than others. I think he works faster. Maximus about to take it. Maximus. I don't know. Maximus is about to take it.
Starting point is 01:19:18 You're supposed to peel it or what? What are you doing? I don't know what I'm doing with this. I thought we're splitting it, Greg. We want to split it? We could split it. While I DJ. I need the whole thing.
Starting point is 01:19:29 And I'm going to leave in like 20 minutes. I got to drive to Whittier. I got to pick up something. Oh, my God. Did you take it? No. Maximo's and taking it. Come on, Maximo.
Starting point is 01:19:40 Yeah. We'll split it, Maximo. You know Greg has a backup? Yeah. Yeah. Come on, Maximal. Come on, Maximal. Oh, there he goes, Maximo!
Starting point is 01:19:54 Oh, I don't know. Okay, Maximo's taking it. Oh, my God. Taking what? All right. Where are you at? Did you take the whole thing? Yeah, they took the whole thing.
Starting point is 01:20:08 You guys didn't save them for me? I thought you said take it. I said split it. Like, let's your gunplay. I thought you... Split it. Oh, my. So only Big and Maximo have taken him?
Starting point is 01:20:19 This is weird. I feel left out now. We're supposed to split it. I know he has backups. This is weird. Do you? Yes or no? I brought two, but I thought that was like enough.
Starting point is 01:20:28 I didn't think they would take the whole thing. No, yeah. They're going to be like, break up now. Oh, they need a leave. That's like an extra, like, strong one. That's my business. It's extra strong. It's extra strong.
Starting point is 01:20:39 Yeah, that's the Rhino 11. Yeah. That's like expensive. Yeah. I'm like... What am I supposed to... Wait, do you have one yes or no? I don't have an extra one.
Starting point is 01:20:52 No. That was two. All right. Well, thank you for the vibes. Vick and Maximo. Keep going. When we come back, don't stop. Well, either of you call your significant other and let them know you took a rhino and you need to see them.
Starting point is 01:21:06 Yes. Absolutely. What morning. We are. We are no longer saving the rhinos because the guys popped one each, Maximo and Vic. So apparently there's mail enhancement pills that get sold at the liquor stores and gas stations, right? Yes, a lot of places. Greg, you use these often?
Starting point is 01:21:31 Reportedly allegedly? I'm just saying, you know, pop one of those, have a good time? Say less. I'm so excited. I don't know why. I'm over here like, shit. I'm excited. Do you guys know why they're named after rhinos?
Starting point is 01:21:43 No. Because rhinos have horns. Oh. I'm not saying a joke. It wasn't a dad joke. This was the first time I've ever saved it right now. Really? Is it?
Starting point is 01:21:54 I save a lot of them. How did it taste? You know what? Yo. Not very good. Because Greg is like, split it. So here I go. Seeing how to split it and I realized it was a capsule.
Starting point is 01:22:07 So then I was like, it's impossible. So when I ate it, like the capsule opened up and it was disgusting. Oh, you're actually. Inexperienced. Fool. So do you have experience, Vic? Yeah, you just throw right down the hatch. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:22:23 Okay. So both you and Greg are experienced in rhino intake. That's right. Talk to us about like what you feel and when you feel it. Like has to hit you right now? What does it do? Yeah. You, uh, what does it do?
Starting point is 01:22:36 What does it do? Oh my God. Stronger, better, faster. I'm just, I'm just saying. How long does it take to kick in? I just like a dumb. Um, probably like, I know, right?
Starting point is 01:22:45 Usually like about 30 minutes. Oh, 30 minutes. Yeah. Okay. All right. So you guys took it like 20 minutes ago. Yeah. Are you feeling any weirder? Maximile sweating. I'm feeling a little tingly.
Starting point is 01:22:55 I am not going to lie. I'm not sure what it is. I'm not sure if it's mental or it's getting me or what going on. Angie, get away from him. I am far far away from you guys. I am far far away from you guys. But looking at you guys, yeah, you look a little different. I don't know if it's like hot.
Starting point is 01:23:12 Oh, no. They're happy. Oh, you're calling us hot. Whoa. Oh. Oh. That's not something to say right now. It's crazy.
Starting point is 01:23:22 They look like temperature hot like that. Now you're sharp, I think we got the right temperature? No, you don't. Definitely not. Okay. So what are you guys going to do about this? That's crazy wolf.
Starting point is 01:23:38 I'm going to call my girl. I'm going to not even going to call. I'm just going to drive. I'm just going to get in the car and go. Where? Go to her house. I got something to show her Oh you're calling your girl
Starting point is 01:23:49 Oh Maximo? Wait Oh Maxim was ready Ready to go Isn't she a teacher? Yeah she's probably over there looking bad with a ruler Waiting for yours Turns until the party line really quick
Starting point is 01:24:09 She's not going to answer She's working Working hard Leave your message Leave your message I will be talking about. At the tone, please record your message.
Starting point is 01:24:19 Tell her what you did. When you have finished, and they hang up. Hey, babe. It's me. I know you over there working hard, walking around, nice jeans.
Starting point is 01:24:31 Probably a colored shirt that I can't wait to unbutton. You know me. Right now, I just pop the rhino. I'm feeling horned. And just know I'm going to be ready. I'm be waiting. Make sure the kids stay at the after school,
Starting point is 01:24:45 program. We ain't picking up till like 6 p.m. today on the dock. You know what I'm saying? We're going to be the last parents there. Got you, baby. You just can't wait till you get home. Maximo.
Starting point is 01:25:02 Maximo, you're the bomb. That is crazy. Wow. Where'd that music come from? I know. It's just queued up anytime you leave a voicemail. I love that. it.
Starting point is 01:25:19 Oh, my God. Greg, do you have anyone to call? No? No. All right. All right. What is Greg going to do to get that out of the system? I already feel it.
Starting point is 01:25:29 I don't know why I feel it. You didn't even take it. I don't even take it. I'm just already like. I'm not even DJing with my hands right now. Hey! Sorry, E, man. Tire 106.
