Brown Bag Mornings - Ep. 574 "If Another Man Can Make Her Giggle, He Can Make Her Cheeks Giggle" 🍑 & Uber Heli is About to Land on Your Roof? | Brown Bag Mornings (10/08/25)

Episode Date: October 8, 2025

We dive deep into the Homie Helpline drama where Eddie is boiling mad because the "bubbly personality" he loves in his non-exclusive girl, Bubbles, also makes her "laughy taffy" with random dudes at t...he bar. The crew also debates the new Uber partnership moving into the air with all-electric air taxis (aka "Uber heli"), considering whether the $195 trip is worth the potentially "weird" new pilots.[Edited by @iamdyre]See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information. Starting point is 00:00:00 Before the podcast starts, make sure you like, subscribe to the channel, leave a review, and send the link to a friend while you're at it. The more brown back, the better. Come on. 6.36 a.m. Good morning. It's Parano. Good morning. At least 1.5. You're turning up to that right? Yeah, 6.30 in the morning. Straight up on the floor. Yeah, do it.
Starting point is 00:00:16 It's crazy. You never shook it on the floor at 6.30 in the morning? Not on a Wednesday. You haven't lived. Something. True. Yeah. Angie's here. Maximus is here.
Starting point is 00:00:27 Victorino is here. Yeah. Vic? Yes. In the same outfit from last night. Oh my God. You told him that too. I'm like, you.
Starting point is 00:00:35 Victor, you outfit, repeater. Okay, first of all, I went home and I slept. I promise. Okay, but you're still in the same outfit. It's not the same outfit. It's just the same sweater because it matches my pants. Same pants? Yes.
Starting point is 00:00:46 A shirt. I didn't know you were a Belieper. Yes. Did you see his little face? Yeah. Can we put it up on Bad Night Mornings 106 on Instagram? I will, but I'm kind of jealous. You saw Justin Bieber last night.
Starting point is 00:00:58 I did. Were you trying to give him a shirt or something? No. And what were you doing? I know. You were trying to give him a shirt and he like... No. He was like, no, sir.
Starting point is 00:01:05 No, not at all. Okay, so this is what happened. So I was on a live stream randomly. And then shout out to the homie, Alan over at the league. And so I'm talking to... So what were you doing in a life? Like, where were you? I was at the league.
Starting point is 00:01:16 It's this place called the Surgeon, shoe surgeon, like headquarters in downtown LA. Okay. So I'm there. It's like a futsal league and then like a basketball league. Like indoor soccer. Oh, God, so why didn't you just say that? I don't know, that's what they call. It's called football.
Starting point is 00:01:32 Yeah, that's what they call it. Okay, so anyway, so I'm there. Justin Bieber's there. All right, he's hanging out. He's enjoying vibes. Anything to not be at home with that baby, huh? What's going on? I'll go to downtown.
Starting point is 00:01:43 Yeah, I'm just hanging out over here. So he's there. I'm talking to a live stream. Some dude had just gave me these pants that I'm wearing right now, and I'm trying to put it in my bag, right? But I'm also on the live stream and there's mariachi playing. Then out of nowhere, somebody comes and bumps me. and like jumps in front of and like starts yelling into the camera that I'm speaking to on the live stream
Starting point is 00:02:03 and it was Justin Bieber. That's why I was laughing. It literally looks like you were like, hey bro, can I give you the shirt? No. Look at the video. Please post it. I know. I didn't speak to him at all.
Starting point is 00:02:14 We didn't speak to each other, but like he just bumped into me. How dare he get into the Rosecrans big live? No. How dare you just. Just imagine like somebody bumps you and you're just like, what the, oh. Oh, it's okay. What kind of bump? I can only speak for myself.
Starting point is 00:02:30 Answer. He's like dancing with mariachi. Yeah, he was being really cool. It was a vibe, you know? Like, it was cool. He was just popping in and out, going and sitting down and coming back, you know, hanging out with the mariachi and stuff like that, watching the players play basketball and stuff. But yeah, it was just funny.
Starting point is 00:02:45 He bumped into me and yelled into the mariachi. I was telling Vig, Justin Bieber loves Mexican stuff. Mariachi, tacos, like everything. Yeah. Yeah. True. You said it. You said it.
Starting point is 00:02:57 He specifically went for Taco Tuesday. So yes, he does. What is that? Taco Tuesday, what? At the league. Oh, okay. Yeah. He got Mariachi for Haley Bieber at the house.
Starting point is 00:03:07 Oh, he did. He has. So I guess he likes my daddy. So I guess he likes my daddy. Salino. All right. That was so cute. Seeing you on camera and your little happy face.
Starting point is 00:03:19 It was just. You lit up like a little 10-year-old girl for Justin Bieber. You lit up. I did, right? You did. Yeah. Have we posted yet? Yeah, it's how you posted yet.
Starting point is 00:03:27 Yeah, it's how you can enjoy this cute little video. Brown at Morgan's 106 on Instagram. If a show looks like Vic tried to give Bieber a shirt. No, I'm wearing these pants and the shirt right now. And then he didn't want it. And then he just leaves. That's funny how everybody draws their own conclusion from it. That's what it looks like.
Starting point is 00:03:43 No, I get it. It looked awkward, but it was literally just... He bumped into me. He's wearing the same sweater so he could be like, yeah, last night I was with Bieber. So, do you remember me from anywhere? Yeah. I knew it. I was the guy talking before Justin Bieber did.
Starting point is 00:03:57 I told everybody on the stream, watch out. And we wore in the same sweater. Sweeters in the chat. To make money move. Uber has gone helicopter. Okay. So there's a new partnership coming to a city near you next year. And it has to do with Uber officially moving into the air.
Starting point is 00:04:22 They partnered up with Joby Aviation, which is a leading developer of electric air taxis so that you can now call an Uber helicopter. An Uber heli. Hey. It will be something that is putting on like really, really congested cities, I would assume, like Los Angeles. New York has also seen it. Parts of Europe as well. And it can transport you from airports like JFK and Newark, like the one in New York, to, I, I'm assuming time square, I'm assuming like some type of building nearby, you can't have it
Starting point is 00:04:56 drive it to your crib or anything. Damn. Oh, show up and it. It'll have like ports. Like here's like train stations have like trains have stations. That doesn't be a helicopter station. Unless your crib has a helipad. But you know what?
Starting point is 00:05:08 My husband did do this already in New York and he was telling me how cool it was that they went from JFK to wherever the, wherever the helipad is. And then an Uber SUV picks them up and then takes them. Oh, that's tight. I just texted to see how much it was. I never had texting that before, but it seems like it might be like a cool date idea. Yeah, I was going to ask you that if it's already existed in New York because in the all the way up song, Remy Ma says, I take the helicopter Uber and go all the way up.
Starting point is 00:05:39 And I thought she was just making stuff up. Yeah, it's like cool bar. Yeah, cool story, bro. I was ready to take a helicopter to the club. Just land it right on the roof. I guess it makes sense because we don't have room for it. Helicopter to Indio. They're going to have like.
Starting point is 00:05:52 Helicopter stations. By the way, and just getting a lot of problems, they need to, you need to, like, send this to me, like, bro. True. As I was saying that, I was like, oh, yeah, free, free. Every time we clout him, we bring up the one lounge that he misses that. In downtown San Anna. I know you are.
Starting point is 00:06:09 We need to start saying unnamed bar. Yeah, you have an unnamed bar that hasn't paid us. Keep saying it, so you get a helicopter pad on top of it. Okay, let me give you this example. Okay, so they currently offer quick trips between. in Manhattan and major airports like JFK for about $195. That doesn't sound too crazy or maybe I'm just tripping because everything's expensive. No, New York, Uber is like $100.
Starting point is 00:06:31 Yeah, because of how long they're in traffic with the congestion, all of that, the fees and everything. So I don't know. I don't think this is too bad. Bro, Uber Black is $100. That's what I'm about to say. Average is like 100 bucks for like a black S-E-K. Yeah. All right.
Starting point is 00:06:45 I will say like address it, like especially for us in Los Angeles. I still feel very weary about helicopters because of Kobe, man. No, I'll take one any day I did think about that To me I'm just like I don't know I can't But then you think about
Starting point is 00:06:59 How fast you get there Traffic no Yeah Just no mountains No I don't have that Like to me I'm like Oh yeah this is cool But not for Ellie
Starting point is 00:07:08 I don't want it for us I don't even think about that I don't want it for us too bro And then people are gonna be on Uber Like aiming little lasers at the At the ghetto birds Like hey get closer to the police helicopter They give you a megaphone
Starting point is 00:07:21 While you up there We can see you. Step out of your vehicle. People are not going to know whether it's an Uber, it's a helicopter. I don't know. It's spirit. Whatever. It's just going to be tough to see it out here in L.A.
Starting point is 00:07:34 It's just all I'm saying. I remember Hore had taken, my husband Hore had taken my swaggero from the airport, J.FK in New York. And it landed like on a designated building in Manhattan. And he said that it cost him $300. Oh. From the airport to Manhattan. And that would like if you've never been to New York, that's probably like, it could be like a 45 minute drive with traffic and probably maybe like an hourish. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:08:02 For sure. From JFK to Manhattan. And they took a flight. And then when they landed, they got picked up in an SUV and then they got taken to their hotel. So that could be coming our way too because Uber announced a new partnership with Joby that has all electric helicopters. So that doesn't mean they're going to. be self-driving, by the way. They're going to have pilots. Okay, thank you. But this did make me think, you know,
Starting point is 00:08:26 how, like, there's going to be a lot of them. That means there's going to be new pilots. That maybe didn't have the training that they needed to have to become a pilot. You know what I'm saying? Yeah. Okay, some of the Uber driver, and I know you guys are listening and lift drivers too, you're like, how did you get this job? Like, what's going on, my friend?
Starting point is 00:08:45 It's crazy because in Van Nuys, there's a little watch area you go parking, and that's where the helicopters take off. That's probably going to be something like that. You can see who's a good driver and who is it. And by the way, they take off. A good pilot? A good pilot. Yeah, because sometimes they're, like, going sideways.
Starting point is 00:08:59 Oh, no, no, no. Oh, no, no. Oh, yeah. They're swiveling. Yeah. So I thought, like, hey, it might be really convenient, too. Like, for us as, like, clientele like, oh, let's just get a helicopter.
Starting point is 00:09:07 Okay, let's go to the, and just go to your house. Yeah. From Burbank to your house in, like, 10 minutes, right? Because you're in the O.C. But then it's, like, if Greg was flying us, no, thank you. You know what I'm saying? Like, in a lot. pilot pilots.
Starting point is 00:09:21 I don't know. I don't know. I'm assuming over here. No, that makes sense. But my mind immediately went to like, okay, are a lot of people going to start doing this? It's going to be traffic in the air now. What's the difference? Oh, for sure.
Starting point is 00:09:28 It's going to be traffic in the air. I have training from GTA online school, right? So I know how to fly a helicopter. Oh, yeah. No, transleets. Again, shout out to all of our right-shared drivers out there. You do great work, especially when you're tuned into Paro 106. Hi.
Starting point is 00:09:43 But I'm sure taxi drivers were like, they're not even qualified. qualified when Uber first started. Like, they're just a random citizen. Yeah. I'm wondering what helicopter pilots are going to think of this situation, right? Right. Like, who are these new drivers of Uber Air? All these newbies.
Starting point is 00:10:03 Yeah. I hear, though, you have to have 20-20 vision to be a helicopter. Okay. Helicopter, not to be a helicopter. No, a helicopter pilot pilot in general. I don't know where I heard that. I just knew that I couldn't be a pilot anymore because I don't have 2020. All I know is that if I get in the helicopter and there's no ox, I'm not going to take it.
Starting point is 00:10:19 So annoying. You probably have to wear those, like, headphone things. Yeah. I would hope they don't have an ox, and they just have a radio, and they tune into Power 106. Proven 6, too.
Starting point is 00:10:30 Duh. None of us have been on helicopter. No, clearly not. Exactly. You keep it. That's all I know. Like, you hear the air. Don't you?
Starting point is 00:10:37 All right. All right. All right. Well, yeah, yeah. There was that. There was that. Like, keep it here because we have a wicked Wednesday matchup. Are you ready, bro?
Starting point is 00:10:45 You want to give it to us now? I'll give it to you right now. I'll give it to you right now. I mean, Not new to us, the world. Like I said, this mashup, somebody's watching you. Okay.
Starting point is 00:10:54 But in a lovi-dovey way. That's a little bit scary. Not creepy. Not creepy. Like, it's like you love somebody that you're watching. So this is Halloween. Halloween edition. Masha.
Starting point is 00:11:02 Listen to this. I kind of started. Waiting for you, brother. You watching? Yeah. Funny. Hey. Oh, my new stuff.

Starting point is 00:12:16 You know what it is? Tell them how much you like it Okay, I rarely like it. I like how you made a non-creepy song kind of creepy. Yeah, what they want is their dumb little DJ scratches that they usually use in the audio. Just wait for mine.
Starting point is 00:12:31 What are you guys talking about? So Greg gets on our case because he's a DJ. World renown, obviously. And whenever we put our Givafoo Flour's stuff together. DJ effect, you go from the transition. Yeah, we do a little, you know, a little scratch, never hurt nobody, but apparently every time it gets under Greg's skin.
Starting point is 00:12:52 It makes me so bad. Well, I want to tell you something. It's not just Greg that gets upset. Who is it? But me too. It's you too? But I feel like I always like telling you guys to do something and I'm not even to bother with it. Well, letty, you are in for a treat at 9 o'clock.
Starting point is 00:13:08 It's because you guys use the same effect. I got a new one. No, it's that one. Yeah, they're purposely using 70s and 80s with you. And like there's They're supposed to be Like it's just supposed to transition To a part of a song
Starting point is 00:13:21 You guys don't even You guys don't even drop it on the one Chik-a-Chic-Chic-I don't even know what that means Yeah The I know what it means He's a DJ Yeah so then I'm like Okay do you want to do it for us
Starting point is 00:13:33 He's like no no no no it's perfect And by the way thank you for telling all of Los Angeles That you guys aren't really back there Chikikin I am You're a graphic designer right Angie It's like somebody using Canva Oh yeah
Starting point is 00:13:45 Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. But then I'm not complaining. Wrong with that? It's their own. To each their own. All right, yeah, we give a folder flowers. We do a little, like, a little mix of our own, of different songs we like. And when you now hear the chikit, chick, chick, chick, chick, the same one into the next song.
Starting point is 00:14:03 Just know Greg is pissed. Yeah, and now let the get into it. Apparently. I don't know what's better than the thing. It's better than them slamming them, okay? That's true. All right. We don't have to play that song again.
Starting point is 00:14:15 I'm kidding I'm kidding But just get to it Like you play Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah
Starting point is 00:14:22 Yeah Yeah Oh my moon Seven day Drive it like it's hot If this world was mine I take your dreams And make them
Starting point is 00:14:33 Most apply If this world was mine I take it In the music Find your die Then should boost them To be like Get them strictly
Starting point is 00:14:40 With their fire I go Good job Thank you Thank you Can you send me that At the end? You feel really mad if you guys ended your mixes with that.
Starting point is 00:15:07 Just so you know. Can you mix the whisper song with the next song? Oh, there we go. That's a special effect that I do on the Angie, all right? All right. Thank you, Greg. I appreciate it. Another wicked Wednesday coming your way next week, okay?
Starting point is 00:15:18 And up until October 31st. We might make you keep it going until Day of the Dead. Oh. And then I want Thanksgiving mixes. Oh, yeah. Yeah. What's that? Yes.
Starting point is 00:15:31 Turkey's all over. Turkey with the whisper song. Okay. Simp or pimp. Sip, Sip, Sip, Sip, Sip, Sip, Sip. In today's nominee goes to a jealous boyfriend. Yes, so there's a jealous boyfriend of a streamer and boxing trainer named Kalees Davis. So Kalees Davis, she's a boxer that's training a streamer named Melt.
Starting point is 00:15:56 Melt fights in, like, the streamer boxing fights that, like, Aidan Ross does. Oh, there's streamer boxing. Yeah, it's a big thing now And so she was on stream with him When her boyfriend started acting extremely jealous Hello? Don't have a fucking hang up this phone Didn't freaking watch the freaking stream You tripping
Starting point is 00:16:17 Just watch the stream you really know what his stream is No, it's like Oh my God Yes, throughout the whole stream He's calling her and calling her and calling her and calling her And she's even like live like being like Look at him Yeah because y'all stream everything
Starting point is 00:16:31 Like, streamers don't. Just say privacy. No edits, nothing is in real time. Live. They're in a gym, like a working out gym. Yeah. And her phone keeps going on. And he's FaceTiming her.
Starting point is 00:16:41 Like, I think he wants to see what she's doing. Yeah. And she's like, watch the stream. She's watched the stream until finally he does watch the stream. My bad stream. Yeah. Tell the stream, you got a crazy boyfriend. Dude.
Starting point is 00:16:56 To the stream, you got a crazy boyfriend. Yeah. So he's tripping out. Obviously, you know, everyone's watching it, but there is a streamer. They are hanging out one-on-one, working out. What seemed like, I guess, our human could be like, bro, like, you could see the stream. I'm not doing anything wrong. And I'm at work.
Starting point is 00:17:12 You know what I do for a living. You know, like, I'm out here training, all of that. It seems like he really just wanted her to have the phone while, well, like, she's doing her job. Like, just have me on FaceTime. Yeah. And she was like, I'm not going to do that. It's similar to, like, when I tell her to just keep me on the phone while he's running. I can't do this for 26.2 miles left you.
Starting point is 00:17:33 I'm like, yes, you can. You're like, my battery's charged. I don't know what about yours. I hate when dudes act like this towards their girls. Dude and girls do it. Yeah, but when dudes do it, I feel like they're the littlest. I just want to punch them in the face for doing that. Okay.
Starting point is 00:17:52 I know somebody that did that. What? You? Yes. Personally, I know somebody that did that. You? What? They called this person.
Starting point is 00:17:59 56 times and they didn't answer. And we were asleep the whole time. Wait. That wasn't with the person. It was somebody else. They were in the room next to me. And I could hear their phone going off. So how did you know it's 56 times?
Starting point is 00:18:13 Because they woke up and told us. And they were like, yo, like. So it's a girl that was in another room? Yes. Her phone kept going off. Going off. And that girl was in the room by herself. Like, and it's like, bro.
Starting point is 00:18:24 What was the situation, bro? Yeah. We're all Airbnb. Airbnb. Oh, got you. And she'd take her man. No, she didn't take her mind. And she's in the house with you?
Starting point is 00:18:31 Oh, for sure. Family thing. Oh, okay. I get it. And then the next day, 43 times called again. Why are you so hip to the number count? Bro, it's like.
Starting point is 00:18:43 Yeah. Why didn't she answer? Because we're asleep. Okay, wait. Stop saying we were asleep because you make it seem like you were in the boat. We were all the same. Okay. Is this your family?
Starting point is 00:18:53 Yes. Yes. Yes. Okay. Family member. Well, maybe this is why things like this, happen and people are jealous because eventually after they finish working out, they ended up going to a room where streamers end up. Mel and the fitness. Mel and the fitness girl, Calise, end up going
Starting point is 00:19:08 to a room where they continue the stream and then this happens. You give me a body shot? I'll give you a back shot. All right, my phone, my foot, my foot. Oh, God. So they're streaming and he's talking about boxing and he says this. Yeah, it's a very inappropriate comment. And she instantly leaves. Yeah. She walks out. All right. Like, it's like, you saw how much my guy was tripping and then now you do that. You're fanning the flames and then now it's like, okay. Now he has a reason. Now like, yeah, see?
Starting point is 00:19:35 Now it's a fight. Like she was probably, the thing is she was probably defending the streamer. Yeah. Oh, for sure. Yeah. No, it's chill. Like he's not even like that. Like we're just working.
Starting point is 00:19:44 You know, he knows I have a boyfriend, all this stuff. And then he's like, yeah, uh, body shots, the back shots. Oh. Yeah. And then now it's just like, all right. Well, never mind. I'm not defending you anymore. Like, now you made it weird.
Starting point is 00:19:55 Now I have to leave and I can never come back. Now my man's right. And I thought you can't be on stream anymore with any guy Because he's like, remember what happened there And she's probably pissed because she just lost an argument Yes Because you can see her definitely working And it being very professional
Starting point is 00:20:10 And then this full says something like that It's like yep, it all right Hopefully it wasn't tuned in at that point Yeah, I know Yeah, se Pazza, se la Melt. All right, but is it simple pimped I guess Like I had already been turning up on her Or is it like that intuition C like I knew already
Starting point is 00:20:25 Like you don't know You don't know Melt's motivations, but I do. Like, I know guys. Like, a guy who's like, I know guys. Yes, we do. Simp, dog. All right. Is this boyfriend that was, like, hitting up, blowing up the phone of this fitness trainer while she was on stream with the streamer?
Starting point is 00:20:43 Being professional is this guy. Hello? Don't have a fucking hang up this phone. Didn't freaking watch the freaking stream. You tripping. Just watch the stream. You really know what his stream is. No is like.
Starting point is 00:20:55 So is this guy. is sim for hitting her up, like blowing her up, wanting to be on FaceTime with her while she's working? 100%. Or is it pimp because eventually the guy did end up trying to like hit on her. You give me a body shot? I'll give you a back shot. All right, walk up. All right, walk up, walk up.
Starting point is 00:21:11 Nah, he's simp. This is when simping turns to pimping. Nah, hell. He was right. He was right. He sounds like a female. He was right. He was right. I think he's a simp because he got hung up by
Starting point is 00:21:24 his girl online on. on live stream. Yeah, but then he was right. No, he wasn't. No, he was, but still, you still look like a loser, like to the whole stream. But then you also look like a loser that was right. A right loser. I was actually right.
Starting point is 00:21:39 Yeah. No, he's still a sim, but he was right. Be right in, like, not on stream, be right behind scenes, you know, like, I don't know. To me, it's still simp. Like, he looked like clingy. Yeah. Yeah, he was right. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:21:52 A righteous simp. A righteous simp. A righteous simp. A righteous sim. Sip, Sip! By the way, Tils is with Greg. During the break, he was talking about how great the Dodgers are. Oh, my God, you think Otani finishes, and then there's spooky beds.
Starting point is 00:22:07 And then after that, there's Freeman. And you know how he carries that bed on him? He said they're taking it all this year. Yeah, he's like, A-Vick, they're taking it all this year. I did say that. I was like, the Dodgers are going to win again this year. Loop that. Loop that.
Starting point is 00:22:20 You're the weirdest hater, bro. I can't be a hater. It's like the free. No, but you are a hater. It's like the Avengers on that team, bro. It's like, you got Thor. You know more about what's going on to Dodgers right now than I do. Because it makes me mad.
Starting point is 00:22:33 It's like, bro, how am I supposed to bat against this guy? It's like, oh, Tani just pitched the whole game, and now he's going to bat and hit a home run. And then we got Mookie bets coming up, about to be zesty and hit another home run. You're the biggest fan. And then Freddie Free Free. Why not just be a fan? No, it's not fair. He a fan.
Starting point is 00:22:49 He's just being. Every other team in the MLB struggling to get a win, and the Dodgers is like, we're good. Yeah. But you know who's not struggling to get her in win? Who? The Padres, because they're not even in it. We're in Kabul right now, right? All right, check this out, homie.
Starting point is 00:23:02 You need a homie or need some help. We need your help. We'll need a line. I mean, phone line. We've got you for the homie help line. Eddie needs our help. Eddie hit us up and said, hey, Brownbag. I've been dating and getting to know someone for about three months now.
Starting point is 00:23:21 Right off the bat, we both agreed that even though we're not exclusive, we will not be talking slash seeing other people. Doesn't make much sense, Eddie. Hey, I pink you promise if you pink promise. Yeah. But he said things have been going and are great. All right. One of the things I really, really like about her is her bubbly personality.
Starting point is 00:23:44 She can talk to anyone about anything. That's good. Okay. But here's the one issue I'm having. We've gone to bars two times and both times. she starts talking to random guys with that little bubbly personality and has a lot of laughing and joking. All right. Cackling.
Starting point is 00:24:02 Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. You're so funny. Ooh. Ooh, that one hurts. There you know. She said, he said, we get into discussions about it and she keeps telling me it's not a big deal. And she's technically not flirting because she doesn't have the intention of anything more than just bar chat. And I have nothing to worry about.
Starting point is 00:24:21 But it still pisses me. Of course. He said, I want to be exclusive with her, but this type of stuff makes me feel like she might not be taking me seriously. Am I tripping and being jealous for no reason? Or should I cut her off before we get serious? Let me know, Brown Bag. All right. Guys, what's your guys take?
Starting point is 00:24:42 He's valid. He's valid? Don't ever talk to another man in your life. You should only be talking to me. I should be the only one making you laugh. If another man can make her giggle, he can make her cheek giggle. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:24:53 Pretty valid. Okay. That's cool. I would like to refrain from talking. I think it's to an extent. You know, obviously, like, being bubbly and talking to people is cool. It's the laughing and joking with people. I'm not saying don't take a joke or don't be funny.
Starting point is 00:25:09 Why are you laughing at him? Go laugh at him. No, I thought it's just funny because I feel like that goes with being bubbly. Yeah. To an extent, it's like you can say a joke or it's a joking between us in like a group. But once it starts getting a little too person, And it's like, all right, this guy, regardless, if you're not being flirty, he thinks you are.
Starting point is 00:25:29 And he's looking at me, like, look at this simp right here. I'm about to take his girl. Look at his girl. And they said they've gone two times and the girl has not been taken. No. That we know. But the guy, the other guy at the bar, whatever guy she's talking to, thinks she's up for grabs. And that's the problem that Eddie's having and probably getting upset about.
Starting point is 00:25:49 And I can just imagine, like, he's over here at the bar, getting her drinks. He probably has two drinks in his hand, you know, and he's waiting for her to get back from her little bar chat. Right. And the drinks are getting cold. And now he's just staring over there. And he's just like, well, I hope she's done soon. And it's like, it just puts them in, like, makes them look like a dummy. You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:26:07 How much onus do we put on him for not making it exclusive? Because also when you leave these things in the air, like this is like where this is that little area, the great area where people can get away with things. Like we just have the comment Like a dude can talk to other girls If he's not number one Which like if you guys aren't locked in So can it go the other way around too? Like you haven't locked it in with her
Starting point is 00:26:32 So maybe maybe there's a little bit of onus there Where A lock it in with her and be like set those things Because also We mentioned previously How it wouldn't be so obvious With the fool that wasn't wearing his ring Yeah It's like he wouldn't make it that obvious
Starting point is 00:26:50 He was going to do something shady on her part i don't think she would be flirting with the guys in front of you if she like if she really want to keep it secret or keep it out your way she'll keep it out your way i get that yeah i don't think she's trying to like get that it's not a hurt thing like get the guy to you know like oh slip slim your number i'm gonna text you're so old i know right scary number you're not asking for numbers right now um right a little little note right there um no but i just think but even then he said that it's bothered him yeah and she's like I don't know if she's kind of her no he did yeah he said we got into discussions about it oh yeah true I'm
Starting point is 00:27:30 technically not flirting which I get it because I don't I don't have that intention you're right you're right you're and the reality is she could flirt like they're not together they're there is that little moment yeah that little gray area because she's not they're at the bar with me. That means we are something. That means we are not together, but we're talking and we're eventually going to be something. I agree. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:27:56 Yeah. And then I guess what, how much other onus would you give it to the guy to be like, all right, go next to her? What do you? The other guy. No, you. Eddie right here in the situation. Go get your girl. She should want to be standing up and be like, no, I'm taken.
Starting point is 00:28:11 Come on. That's another dude. Go and be like, is there anything going on here? What's up, girl? Come on. Yeah, because sometimes. I'm here. I got you're drinking.
Starting point is 00:28:18 The quiet one. Right now you guys are talking like he's a simp, right? Just holding the cup, holding the drinks like waiting for her. I can just picture that. Yeah. Bro, chest out. Man up. What's up?
Starting point is 00:28:29 What's up? What's up? Yeah. You good? You good? Hey, go to hug her like Shug night. Yeah. Who did he hug?
Starting point is 00:28:36 I don't know. How did you hugging me like that all the time? It's almost like a chokehold. Yes. Yeah. Like, there's me right here. Yeah. Real funny.
Starting point is 00:28:43 Yeah. Real funny. Oh, we laughing? What are we laughing about? Yeah. Tell me the. Joke. See if I laugh. I guess what's going to end up happening and what would probably happen even to do.
Starting point is 00:28:55 Because there's sometimes the dudes are like social little butterflies, like little little parrachos all around. Right? And if you tell them like, hey, I don't like that, you also risk them shutting down that bubbly personality that you love so much. So the thing that attracted you to that person, it could feel like you're trying to take it away from them. them too. I like it so I love it about you. I don't want anybody else to love it about you. Same thing that laugh make you cry. You know what I'm saying? Jesus. Make you laugh make you cry? Yeah, because he loves that bubbly personality but all of a sudden
Starting point is 00:29:31 when it's not directed towards him he wants to crash out. She's so bubbly. Yeah. She's so cheeklet. Initially he couldn't talk to us early because he had to drop his kid off at school. Totally understandable. Then something came up at work. But he did give us the number of the girl. The bubbly personality. Oh, Bubly. Yeah. So we got bubbles on the line right now. Bubbles. So he wants us to laugh with his girl.
Starting point is 00:29:53 I don't know. I don't know what he's going to do, dude. Bubbles. Maybe Greg. Hello? Hello. Hi. What are bubbles?
Starting point is 00:30:00 Hi. Okay. Oh. There she goes. There she goes. There we go. So I just, I think this is odd all the way. I've never had someone calling for the homie help line, but not talk and have the other person talk.
Starting point is 00:30:15 And usually we want the other person's perspective. So Bubbles, I like that you're here. Did he tell you he was going to hit us up? He told me after the fact that he sent you guys a message. And I'm like, okay, well, it should be interesting, right? And then he couldn't get on the call. So then he had me jump on the call. This is so crazy.
Starting point is 00:30:38 Okay, by the way, you two can send us a message to get your story heard on Brown Bang Mornings by DMing Brownback Mornings 106 on Instagram. It might be Greg that responds to you. So make sure. Like we ask who it is Because then it gets curious Then he'll ask for pictures In my eyes
Starting point is 00:30:51 Hey hey hey Back to Bubbles Back to Bubbles We're gonna call you that Just FY because that's my favorite Power Poppev Girl So Bubbles You are getting with this guy
Starting point is 00:31:02 How long you guys been talking? We've been dating for a little over three months now What do you like about him? He's funny He's very He seems honest And he has a pretty
Starting point is 00:31:16 friendly personality as well, but I think he's like more like reserved. Yeah. So why are you out here laughing with other guys at the bar, bubbles? You know, it's just the setting, the ambiance, you know, you're at a bar and people are sitting next to you and me. I'm just like, I could talk to like a random dough. It could be about anything like, hey, what are you drinking?
Starting point is 00:31:39 Yeah. You make friends easy. What bar you guys go to? Where are you guys at? Stop, Greg. We were at a dive bar in. my side of town. And so we were there.
Starting point is 00:31:50 Oh, really? What town? Yeah, where's that at? La Marada. Oh, okay. That's right next to Whittier. Whittier's like right there. It's like down the street. So you've seen him get a little bit jealous? Well, this is what happened prior to like,
Starting point is 00:32:05 while we were talking, I had gave him the story that I was there for Cinco de Mayo with my nieces and gave him, you know, a backstory. This was before we went to the bar. So then I said, that barry told you about how about we go have a drink he's like okay we get there and then i tell him i'm like hey that guy looks familiar i think he was here last time i'm like i think his wife or his ex-wife is like a principal so then i'm like hey isn't your wife or ex-wife a principal and then he tells me yeah at so-and-so school so then like it kind of went from there and then he's like yeah i remember you you were here
Starting point is 00:32:40 with your nieces i think i bought you guys a drink and the whole time like he's you're got up he went to the restroom and then he's like I gotta go but I was like oh I thought it was language no cursing no cursing oh um so yeah I mean I don't know I just I did tell him and I assured him like that's just me sometimes it's not with that intention you know it's can you know people uh okay so is your matter is the guy there is Eddie with you while you're having these combos with these dudes or is he stepped away are you moving away with the guys to talk to them
Starting point is 00:33:21 or is he literally in the group with you? He's literally there in the middle and then having the conversation like while he's there. And he gets jealous after the fact? Well, I didn't even know that he had gotten jealous. I just really thought he was going to the restroom. He said he's had discussions with you. So it happened one more time at a bar.
Starting point is 00:33:41 At the same bar? And then the guy, But the guy that I was talking to at the other bar, he ended up being like by. And he was really funny, not because he was by, but just the vibe, you know? And then he ended up chit-chatting with the guy. He's like, he was pretty cool. I'm like, right? Bowles, do you know when people are like taking you laughing with them as flirting?
Starting point is 00:34:02 Or do you see it all? I was like, no, I'm just talking. I think I just take it all as like I'm just talking, having a conversation. Unless they're like, hey, what's up? Is that your man? or, you know, I think that point. Hey, want to get out of here? A, want to get out of here?
Starting point is 00:34:17 Hold on, because we were talking about the convo. So something happened at that bar, and then he had the discussion with you because he told us, he told you about it. Right. And you said, don't worry about a thing. Right. What was that combo? He pretty much just said that he didn't like me laughing with the other guy.
Starting point is 00:34:37 But naturally, I just laughed at anything, right? Yeah. Like, it's hard. It is. It is when that's your personality. Do you feel like you're getting, like you're, because it's who you, it's how you are. And it's like, this is the same thing you liked about me. Now you don't want me to do it.
Starting point is 00:34:56 Yes and no, I guess, you know, it comes down to like how much you care for that person and their feelings and, like, not being too friendly. I guess that's my problem. Yeah. How do you feel about, sorry, bro, how do you feel about him saying, am I tripping and being jealous for no reason or should I just cut her off before we get serious. That's his question to us. You know what? When he sent me initially the screenshot of what he sent, he left out the parter should
Starting point is 00:35:25 I cut her off. Well, we know. That was interesting. Yeah, we know. But it made you laugh. It did. Okay. All right.
Starting point is 00:35:36 All right. Thank you. Bubbles, I appreciate your conversation. You seem like someone that is like just there. to break the ice, be friends. We're going to be out. We might as well have a great time. Definitely someone that I would keep my husband away from a thousand percent.
Starting point is 00:35:51 Because I get it. See that little laugh? What do you think about that laugh for? You don't like my laugh? You don't like that one? You like this one? I'm kidding. I'm kidding.
Starting point is 00:36:01 I can get where he's coming from. I can get where he's coming from. But I also see that it's who you are. And you're now burdened with how you are and maybe how other people take it. and he knows your intentions, but he doesn't know the other people's intentions. He didn't know if the by guy wanted a three-way which you went in. Whoa, whoa.
Starting point is 00:36:19 No, it's legit. True. That's what he told you. Do you want, like, a man to step in and, like, stop your conversations? Well, we're just dating. If it was my man, I think he would be entitled to. Yeah, that title. There you go.
Starting point is 00:36:33 So he needs to put that pressure to make it official. Yeah, make it official. At that point, I would just shut my mouth and not talk to anybody. Yes. Whatever you say, Daddy. Come on, Eddie. Get it together. And for the record, even though you guys aren't,
Starting point is 00:36:50 you guys haven't made it official, you're exclusively dating him. Like, you just want to date him. Yeah. Okay. All right, so no homie hookup line, Greg, leave her alone. Bubbles, thank you for calling. Thank you for giving us your side.
Starting point is 00:37:02 KPWRFM, HD1, Los Angeles, Power 106, LA's number one for hip-Hop. We're inside the homie help line. Eddie hit us up, but we just talked to his girl. He's dating Bubbles. because Eddie something came up at Eddie's work. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:37:13 Oh, wow. How convenient. I'm about to meet your girl to a comedy club, Eddie. Stop it. She likes to laugh. She's really ugly. He said he loves that about her. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:37:23 One of the things I really, really like about her is her bubbly personality. She can talk to anyone about anything. But here's the one issue I'm having. She has a bubbly personality. She can talk to anyone about anything. How can we help out Eddie? Should he cut her off? Should he take her more serious?
Starting point is 00:37:45 Is he tripping? He is. Is he tripping? Let's go to Mariah. Mariah in Santa Monica. What's up, Mariah? Hey, good morning. Brownback family.
Starting point is 00:37:55 How are you? Oh, my gosh. Good up, Mariah. Oh, bubbly personality over here. Mariah, you seem to be bubbly, too. Oh, my gosh. That's why, for some reason, I work from home mainly, and I so happen to be driving this morning, and I'm so glad I tuned in because she seems just like me.
Starting point is 00:38:15 I'm super bubbly naturally. I think a lot of people gravitate towards me because of that. And I've had like a few relationships and the guy loves my personality, but then they end up getting jealous and it just ends up not working out because I'm not going to change my personality because I don't know, maybe I feel like they're insecure. Like I feel like that's a red flag. So like when I heard Eddie saying like should I cut her off, no, because that's what you like? about her, why would you want to cut her off?
Starting point is 00:38:42 And you guys are not, you know, I mean, they're exclusively dating, but you're not in a relationship. And now that I heard her talking, she's totally right. They're not together like that. And if they were together and that was her man, then it would be up to him to, like, shut it down. And it would be her responsibility if she wanted to shut it down to, you know, make it known. Or if she's laughing with another guy and they hit on her, then that would be on her. Like, oh, no, like, I'm not interested.
Starting point is 00:39:10 So yeah, I don't think she's a red flag, if anything. Unfortunately, I think he's a red flag by showing jealousy early on, you know. And just like some advice for the bubbly women out there, I feel like they should stay away from that just because it just causes trouble. And you don't want to change your personality for someone who like just wants to like put one foot in one fit out. Oh, I like it when it's convenient for me. You know what I mean? Like that's the way I see it.
Starting point is 00:39:38 So I definitely think she's a lot. red flag. Thank you, Mariah. Thank you, Mariah. You did that all in one breath. Leave her alone. Chatty. She's a great time. No one said anything and she answered her own conversation. Oh my God, I'm sorry. Do you guys have any questions? I love you. I like her. Mariah, yeah. Actually, I do have one question. So do you think Eddie should maybe go after
Starting point is 00:40:06 someone with a more of a flat soda personality, like, just not as bubbly? Bory? I mean, I don't think so. I think bubbly people are wonderful, and I feel like it would put that zest in his life. You know what I mean? And I just feel like he needs to work on himself. Like, if he doesn't feel like he can handle it, then maybe he shouldn't be with somebody like that.
Starting point is 00:40:27 But if he feels like he loves it, you know, like I think he needs some to work on himself about that. I feel like it's a lot of jealousy. jealous Leave her alone, bro, let her talk She's like five messages I would rather hear her talk than you respectfully
Starting point is 00:40:41 She's great You just yell Maria We appreciate you Mariah But I guess at one point Devil's advocate here Because it's like yes That's your personality
Starting point is 00:40:52 That's what I'm attracted to But also like There's boundaries like please respect Like that I'm your man And things of that nature Yeah But like at one point Are you gonna grow out of that personality
Starting point is 00:41:02 Because like Are you gonna be a 60 year old bubbly Yehita or like I like do you want to like okay like maybe I'm like I'm on a 10 right now maybe you want to just like I'll just like be chill and mellow. I'm glad you like that honestly I think I think it depends she also said that he was definitely with her you know so there's no reason why she should tone it down if he's with her and he should feel secure and confident that you know and to me like when I was in a relationship like I knew to tone it down when he
Starting point is 00:41:34 he's not with me, you know, just out of respect. But then again, I was in a relationship with him. Yeah. So, I mean, I guess it goes for both parties, but I mean, come on. Like, he was in the group. Why is he going to go out of that? Exactly. She's not being like, join in.
Starting point is 00:41:50 All right, I'm going to hang up on you. You already said it on your work for you. I love her. I just had to shout at her. Love her personality. He's just super cute. Well, you see the thing as Latipa. And that's what happens when you work out home, y'all.
Starting point is 00:42:01 Once you get outside, you're outside. I'm Mariah. You've been at home too long, huh? I'm like, I need to go out to see the world. I didn't even have to go outside today. I just want to take a drive. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:42:14 She wanted to be in traffic. She's so cute. It's like, what's your coffee order? Well, usually I get a little bit of it. Today I want to get run. Yeah, I like Mariah. No, it's cool, it's cool. And it's very attracted to some guys, but then those same,
Starting point is 00:42:27 it's almost like opposites attract. Yeah. It often is the guys that are not like that, that love that about her. And then they're like, no, please don't do it. And I do think that she made baby girl bubbles. Eddie, the girl he's dating. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:42:43 If she's having him be a part of the group, I think she's doing her, like, I guess what you would do to respect that dating. Yeah, it's not like she's having private conversations. You know what I'm saying? That changes a lot. And he conveniently left that out. Yeah. He did leave that out. So it seems like after the fact he was like,
Starting point is 00:43:02 Man, not bother me. All right. So our guy, Eddie, hit us up. And, bro, to stay quiet during the combo while that's happening, to hold it. And then later, tell herring it up. Yeah. That's insecure, man. Facts.
Starting point is 00:43:17 If you're going to be jealous, be jealous in the moment, bro. Make a scene. Yeah, she probably would have liked that more. Get out of here. I'm giving me the worst advice. I'm sorry. Andrew and Woodier. Our homie, Eddie, hit us up because he's dating this girl.
Starting point is 00:43:32 They've been together for three months. He loves her personality, but she can seem too friendly, too laughy-taffy when other guys with other people, they've been to a couple bars. He sees her kind of just like, he-haha what dudes. He's there, but he's like, I don't like that.
Starting point is 00:43:47 He brought it up to her attention, and she's like, look, I'm not, like, it's kind of who I am. Like, I'm sorry, I can't help it. I can't help it to laugh. Yeah, like I laugh by default. It's her default settings, bro. But he's told her, like, should,
Starting point is 00:44:00 he's telling us, is this cause for concern or am I tripping? Am I just being jealous? Andrew in Whittier, what's up, bro? Good morning, Brown Vegas. Good to talk to you guys. Likewise. Oh, nothing much.
Starting point is 00:44:13 Yeah, you know, like, I go to the bar scene a lot and, you know, I'm a single guy, so, like, oftentimes I do talk to people, and I'm going to tell you, it actually makes the bar experience fun. And I think it's awesome when I see, like, a couple that can separate and, or, you know, people that came together and go and mingle. and, you know, the lady before, she, you know, just like that, and she summed it up perfectly, but, you know, going out and socializing, you know, that's kind of like what you're doing, and people like that bring life to the environment, it makes the whole experience. You know, I agree.
Starting point is 00:44:46 I don't think she should change herself. You know, maybe they're not a good fit for each other, but, or maybe he just needs to do the same thing. You know, maybe he goes and talks to somebody. And I actually had that happen about a week ago. Had a great conversation with a girl. It was awesome. Dude was over there talking to a bunch of other people. And what's wrong with that?
Starting point is 00:45:09 You know, like, have a good time. What are you going out for? You know, if you don't have confidence in the person that you're going with, what are you going to do, you know, follow them for the rest of your life? People should be able to be fun and enjoy enjoyers themselves, whether it's at a store and they have a nice little quick. you know, moment with the cashier or whatever. You know, those, those, that type of insecurity is kind of odd to me.
Starting point is 00:45:35 All right, bro. Andrew, it's, I feel like I hear you, but it's easy to say that when you're single. Yeah. What if your girl is being too flirty, flirty? You're the guy the girl is talking to. Yeah. Okay, okay. You're the guy they argued about on the way home.
Starting point is 00:45:46 Exactly. It was probably you. Are you in La Marrada? You're at a dive bar? You win a tubbies? You went to tubby. You went to tubs. I did go to tubbies.
Starting point is 00:45:55 Oh, Tubby. Oh, he did go to tubbies. Yeah. And I went to the lucky lizard. Oh, the lucky lizard. Oh, he goes down there. Oh, you go to say, you're on us too probably. Oh, gosh.
Starting point is 00:46:05 Okay. You know, but hey, you know, I'm always respectful. I gravitate towards people that are lively. I go to a pool. I'll grab a drink. You know, that's what I'm there for. And sometimes people want to play pool or whatever. You know, there's all kinds of different interactions that can happen.
Starting point is 00:46:22 I just think that people being themselves, and I can actually relate to this, because I feel like such a hypocrite. My parents, you know, they're older. They're bar people and they're married and that's how they met. And I'm going to tell you, I happen to go to that bar and I've seen them there. And I've seen my mom talking to other people and I'm like, that is inappropriate. And I'm in my mind, I'm like, what are you doing? I'm like, what is going on?
Starting point is 00:46:47 But, you know, in all honesty, they know, hey, look, like we just go out, we drink, we have a good time and we talk to people. That's it. Don't go to the same bar as your parents, bro. That's weird. Especially that one they're wearing their pineapple shirts. I never go to that bar ever again. Yeah, good. Let them do their thing.
Starting point is 00:47:04 You're saying your mom be a flirt. Miko, how do you think you got here, Miko? Yeah. Bye, Andrew. Thank you for calling. Thanks, Andrew. All right. All right, Bubbles.
Starting point is 00:47:13 I hope you're ready. Adolfo. Adolfo. Enzan Bernardino. Adolfo. Hey, how old are Adolfo? Hey, how's your born, Brownberg? What's up, bro?
Starting point is 00:47:24 Adolfo. Our girl, Bubble, she's really flirty. and her man or her guy she's talking to Eddie hit us up like we've been talking for three months we said we're not we're going to be exclusive to each other I love her personality uh but it's also affecting me how how bubbly she is at the bars and she talks to guys and and I've told her like I don't appreciate that and she says like babe like you have nothing to worry about like it's just kind of my personality and talking to her she's like he's in that he's in the same vicinity like I don't I don't make it weird I don't go off onto the side and things like that but he
Starting point is 00:47:57 wants to know, look, should I, is this a red flag? Or am I just being jealous? Like, am I wrong? Or am I, do I have some, some validation in this? What do you say, Adolfo? Look, man, as a man, you want their respect. Even if it's the first day, second day, you're going to want that respect. And you're going to obviously see how the girl is acting, right? Yeah. So, so, I mean, it's like a double standard because if, if, If that was him taking her to the bar and he's being over-friendly with, you know, with other girls, she's going to look at that. And she's going to be like, what the hell, you know, why you even bring me here? I wish I asked her that because I don't know.
Starting point is 00:48:40 I can't answer for her because I don't know how she would take that. That's true. Yeah. Trying to get her back on the lane so we can ask you that. I know I'd be jealous, but I'm just jealous. Like, yes, you're right for me, but I don't know about for her. Yeah. Yeah, but I don't think he took it at jealousy, but he took it.
Starting point is 00:48:57 that's a lack of respect. Like, you know, if you're trying to make that first impression on somebody, you don't, you don't go and do that, you know? Yeah. I get you. I mean, that's just my point of view. Yeah, you don't go, you don't go and do what? You don't go in and talk to the people. Be yourself.
Starting point is 00:49:17 Yeah. Talk to other people. You know, like if you're there on a day with somebody, then you're going to focus on them. Yeah. But it's a bar. It's not like. It's less of a date. Yeah, it's more casual.
Starting point is 00:49:29 Because I didn't know there's bar people. Apparently there's bar people. Yeah, there's like small bars. And it's, I'm assuming it's meant to mix and mingle. Just more to have a drink, talk to other people sometimes. If you're single, if you're not there with somebody else. Yes, if you're single, correct, yes. But, yeah, I mean, the bar is for single people.
Starting point is 00:49:50 And then, yeah, those couples that are, you know, cool with each other, but they're already been together for a while. so they really don't care, but I don't know, like I said, like as a man, and it's like your first impression, you're going to want that respect. Like, you're going to see how the girl behave
Starting point is 00:50:06 and vice versa, because I'm pretty sure a girl would want that respect from a guy, too. Thanks, Adolfo. Thank you. Thank you, puppy. All right. Oh, sorry, I caught him, Bobby.
Starting point is 00:50:17 Whoa. I don't think it's disrespected you. I don't know. It's to each their own. Nah. But I think if that is also going to be something that disrespects you, that should also show you that there's nothing wrong with this girl.
Starting point is 00:50:30 She's just not the girl for you. Everybody has different boundaries. Yeah. And it's like you don't want to make her feel smaller to or her not be herself because there's a dude that's going to be cool with that. Just like there's a girl that it will just be all about you. You know, like if they're trying to match a puzzle piece maybe not where it's at. Versus trying to change somebody on either end.
Starting point is 00:50:52 Bubbles is back online. Come on the bubbles. Bubbles, you're so reachable. I sure am. Bubbles, you heard Adolfo. He wants to know if the shoe was on the other foot and he was out there talking to girls, how would you take it?
Starting point is 00:51:10 Again, because of the way I am, I don't see things like with this malicious or like intent to hook up, you know? I would like naturally just chime in the conversation if I didn't feel included, I would chime in or if it bothered me, I would address it, like, right then and there. Like, hey, I kind of noticed this or, you know, but it would be something, it could be whatever, right, that I felt was, like, either disrespectful or maybe feel some type of way,
Starting point is 00:51:38 like, you're checking out the bartender. Me, the way I am, I'm just going to call it out right then and there, because if it's bothering me, like, I don't want to just let it linger, you know? So, do you feel like since you, like, you went with them, it doesn't matter that they talk to anybody? Like, you went with them. you wouldn't feel disrespected at all. Well, not anybody, but it all depends on the setting.
Starting point is 00:52:00 Like, if you're at, like, the scenario was like, we're at the bar. There's, you know, bar stools and there's people typically setting next to you. So it's like, I don't know, to me, it's kind of just being friendly. Like, hey, what are you drinking? You know? You know? Hey, what are you drinking? And it was another girl.
Starting point is 00:52:17 Mm-hmm. You wouldn't feel threatened at all. What if you told the girl? No, not threatening. I wouldn't. I wouldn't. Because remember, Lodafelville didn't say it's about jealousy. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:52:23 said it's about respect. Do you feel disrespected if you were to talk to? I wouldn't. I don't think that's disrespectful at all. And see, that's just her way of thing. That's just her code. Her mentality. Thank you, Bubbles.
Starting point is 00:52:35 That's like her code. Everyone has different codes. Like some people not cool with their partner going to strip club. Other people go to the strip club with their partner. Like to some people, it's like, that's a line. Yeah. You know, it's just, it's different codes. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:52:46 Yeah. She wouldn't see them different at all. Like you, I would, I would like see that person that I'm with different, totally different. Like, I wouldn't see them. the same if I saw them talking to another yeah so then that should tell you that's not your person right yeah see what then why you still try to get why you still try to yeah a square in a circle
Starting point is 00:53:02 because she's probably bad see but it's like maybe that's the thing maybe any his first baddie yeah she has his first badie yeah this guy is seeing that it's not working for him by the way his body's feeling yeah and it's naturally who she is it should tell him not that she's a red flag or he's a red flag because I think you want to make one the bad guy yeah neither of y'all are the bad guy you're totally right that you don't like that she's totally right that she's that way. You guys are just not for each other.
Starting point is 00:53:26 Not a match. Like I said, she's a batty. That don't matter, bro. You guys, because you don't want to keep her there. You don't want to keep her entertained. And then when another guy talks her, you're like, oh, that's your bad. Then you have signed yourself up for that aggravation. Okay.
Starting point is 00:53:39 Because you are now doing it willingly, knowing this is not good for me. Hi, Greg. Why, you're not, you're not Eddie. I know. I know. I don't know how to deal with a baddie. You know how to do it about it? My next caller, please.
Starting point is 00:53:58 You're the one who mentioned me. When he said it, he's like, I shouldn't have such a little. He got himself, got itself, all right. Maria, Maria, and Compton. Maria, whenos diaz dea, Maria. Buenos Diaz, how are you guys doing? Maria, stop being so bubbly to us. Bubbly Maria over here.
Starting point is 00:54:14 You're just a bit of your band. Maria. Yes. Talk to us. What would you tell? Eddie, Eddie's going through the situation when a girl that's super bubbly, he likes that about her, but also they go to the bars and she'd be talking to some guys, even though he's in the little area. And so how would you take it? Or he needs advice.
Starting point is 00:54:31 So here's the thing. So here's the thing. And I was in the exact same position. I'm engaged to my baby now. But for a second there, he really was like, you know, he loved that about me. He loved that light. He loves the brightness and the bubbly personality and the lives that I bring to him. right but then he got to the point where he was like well i just want it for me and i'm like okay but
Starting point is 00:54:56 see that's me i'm a jemini i'm a talker i'm i'm a i can talk to anybody about anything at any time i don't have to know about everything you be quiet exactly you're right now Greg i'm telling you right now you got so many reasons i got to take you outside and give you one because oh oh oh yeah show me what's up hey i know yeah he's off he's off he's off go she's fiance i'm gonna show you how it's done You probably talking to you guys right now. I was like, oh, my, no, no, yeah. And then Greg popped in with somebody like, it's on me to put him in his place.
Starting point is 00:55:28 It's on me to say, hey, you know what? I love this conversation. We're having such a great time, but that's my baby right there. It's not his job. It's not anybody else's job. It's my job. Hold on, Maria, because see what you did? Maria, wait a both.
Starting point is 00:55:42 It was being mature. Maria. Maria, Maria, because you did. You set your boundary on Greg. Greg Greg is happier now Greg feels like he has a chance now because you turned up on him
Starting point is 00:55:55 No no he doesn't And I'll tell you why I'll tell you why because he'll be the one That'll be jealous Because I'm over here talking to other people And I'm over here trying to I'm not talking to anybody else Just me
Starting point is 00:56:04 And loving And loving that life that I bring And that excitement and all that joy But then he just wants to cap it It's like Dobby Not Dobby What that guy with the ring He's just like oh my God
Starting point is 00:56:15 It's just my precious It's just me But it's not Let that love Me, like. Then her life be brighter and she's going to trust me. She's going to bring that joy and even more to you. Like him letting me be me, him letting me me means everything to me.
Starting point is 00:56:30 And because of that, I love him even more. You know what I mean? But I did tell him on more than one occasion, if this is hard for you, if you can't let me be me, then maybe we're not the right people for one another. And that's okay. It's okay. And that's not a problem. And that's when I come in.
Starting point is 00:56:48 And that's what I come in. And that's when I come in and you bring the light to my life. Thank you. Thank you, Marie. That's me every day. I just like to feel validated in that. Maria. Somebody, please.
Starting point is 00:57:02 Please. Here's like, look. On that circuit. Oh, my gosh. I don't know, man. He feels like you're flirting with him just so you know. It kind of sounds like it. I'm not going to laugh.
Starting point is 00:57:11 You know why it's hilarious? And that's the funny thing is that men always think we're flirting with him. True. Yeah. That's your problem. We just had a whole conversation on the radio right now. We're already in love. It's fine.
Starting point is 00:57:24 It's okay. Just accept it. Don't laugh. Don't laugh at Greg. Just accept it. Meanwhile, the only reason that I would go with him for tickets. You know what I mean? So I have a check.
Starting point is 00:57:38 You want everybody that's in his DMs for tickets. Ask her if she wants to meet Mario. By the way, he does not get any tickets. Oh, no, Halloween hot. All right. She's a change too. Real quick, real quick, real quick. Just before I go, back in the day, I remember you guys were talking,
Starting point is 00:57:56 and this is something I've been trying to get off my chest for a hot minute now because you were talking about kids, your parents taking your kids on vacation, and you weren't sure if you were comfortable with them going, let me tell you some right now, your parents raised you. They made, you got you to adulthood. Who are you talking to? What are you talking about? vacation. You letty, you, I think, Maximo, or Vic.
Starting point is 00:58:20 My parents aren't even together. I don't know about taking our babies on vacation. I'm like, I know siagan. You guys already got San Grande. Yeah. Wait, my... I don't know. I'm sorry. I have ADHD, so I'm all over the place. Oh, yeah. I want to see what you're talking about, but my parents aren't together.
Starting point is 00:58:38 Yeah, yeah, yeah. You know what? Do you get me the story? Oh, my bad. Well, somebody's parents. Somebody's parents. They were trying to take their kids on vacation. My parents aren't together. I think it was mine. You don't have kids. I'm saying I was like, I'm not sure. I'm not sure.
Starting point is 00:58:52 And I'm like, I know si I can, for a favor. Come on, you guys already grown. They brought you to adults if you guys are successful adults. That's probably like two years ago. Yeah. Oh, no. My parents can have my kids. I'm a long time.
Starting point is 00:59:06 Maria. All right, Maria. Thank you for getting you off your chest. I appreciate that. Yeah, DM me the story. I got the smoke for nothing. I'll look into it. Then just got reminded how my parents divorced.
Starting point is 00:59:15 I know. Never got on a family trip again. Thanks. She's like, I remember when you guys had your parents together, all of you? Yeah. Yeah, how dare you? Probably none of us. Except Angie and Greg.
Starting point is 00:59:26 Yeah, my parents are still together. Shout out of you. All right. Well, she told you, Greg. She's telling you like she wanted me. That's what she's out. Oh, my God. Honestly, it was a little too much energy.
Starting point is 00:59:36 Yeah, like, we got bubbles on the line. A, bubbles. Bubbles. I know you're there, bubbles. I see you on the line, bubbles. Bubbles. Bubbles. He's giggling.
Starting point is 00:59:46 Hello. Leave him. What? What? Bubbles. Leave him? He's going to make you change who you are, Bubbles, and it's who you are. You're going to start hating yourself every time you laugh at a bar.
Starting point is 00:59:59 Oh, my gosh. Should I ask him or just cut him off? Don't even. Just cut him off. Just like he literally hit us up to say, should he cut you off? Bubbles. Wow. Okay.
Starting point is 01:00:12 No. What? Bubbles knows we got her back. Like literally, do you see how sweet she is? Yeah, and Eddie needs to know that you can't... One, Eddie, you're right. You're right. If it feels respectful to you, I can't change your moral code inside.
Starting point is 01:00:26 But Bubbles also seems like an amazing person, too. She does. She does. Yeah. You're going to make her lose the best parts about herself. Eddie is showing a pattern, and he's sending his girl off without him. This is the second time. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:00:38 He's doing that at the bar. If you're not going to make me your girl, you can't put rules on me. Oh. Yeah. Come on. Bubbles, like, God. You know what? You guys should definitely call him
Starting point is 01:00:47 because he should be free by now. I would love to hear what he has to say. He's not answering us. He's scared. You don't want to talk to us. He's a little dog. He's a little boy. Greg wants to chance, Bubbles.
Starting point is 01:00:57 What bar? What bar did you be at? I had a show face for him. Pretty much. Yeah. Yeah. Damn. Show face for him.
Starting point is 01:01:04 Yeah, he put you, literally just like how he puts you to talk to the guys at the bar, he puts you to talk to us. And he's going to get mad at you for talking to us. Why were you on the line so long? Why did you laugh? Why'd you laugh at Greg's joke? Tell him right now. Go, he's listening.
Starting point is 01:01:19 I'm going to tell him to call you guys out. I need his input. He needs to... All right, what if you... I would love it. What if you call me? All right, bye. All right.
Starting point is 01:01:28 We're going to try to call him. We're going to try to call him. All right. Eddie. Eddie? Yeah, I'm here. What's up, Eddie? Yeah, I'm here.
Starting point is 01:01:37 Eddie, no. Eddie, you hit us up. No, no, I'm mad because I never said in that message about... cutting her off. Oh, I didn't do the message. But, yeah, I'm here. My side of the story. Yeah. What's your side of the story? What's your side of the story, bro?
Starting point is 01:01:55 I'm with the other dude who called and I told her. I was like, look, it ain't about jealousy. It's just about respect. Like, I ain't jealous about those guys. Like, those guys are ugly, too, you know? Yeah. So it's not about, like, I was jealous or anything like that. It's just about respect. Like, if we're going on the bar, like, we're going to have a good time, laugh with each other, you know? Yeah. And then she mentioned the other dude that was by.
Starting point is 01:02:16 Yeah, that was one of the dudes, but what about the other dude? Oh. I don't know. I don't know about the other dude. I'm not hurt. I don't know. I'm not bubbles. All right.
Starting point is 01:02:25 So let me run it. Let me run it. Run it. Run the run. He's mad. Calmedito. All right. So he went to that first bar, right?
Starting point is 01:02:35 And yeah, we get there. She starts talking to this dude. The dude ends up being biased. It was cool and funny. And then we start chopping it up with them. About an hour and a half later. to the bar, you know, we got a few drinks in, whatnot. We still, you know, laughing with that first guy.
Starting point is 01:02:48 And then there's another dude who, like, pulled up. And then Bubbles and him start, like, just, like, you know, talking and, like, laughing and all that stuff. But, again, like, it wasn't, like, I was jealous or anything like that. It's just like, all right, cool. Like, this is a second dude. You're doing it all over. It sounds a little jealous.
Starting point is 01:03:06 It sounds like that may be your trigger, bro. So, like, you got to tread carefully. Yeah. But I wonder how much do you feel like, how much do you give her grace because you guys aren't, like, official? Well, I don't think it's about, you know, exclusivity or being official.
Starting point is 01:03:24 I think it's just her personality. And I told her, like, yo, I don't want, you know, you to change because that's how you are. But it's like, there's also that disrespect part. You know, if you go to a bar with someone that you're dating, like, you don't want your date to be, like,
Starting point is 01:03:36 you know, laughing with another dude and, like, cracking jokes and stuff. Yeah. Eddie, would you be mad? you think she would be mad if you were like flirting with the bartender laughing, you know, ex-long or whatever. She said she said she wouldn't, but I
Starting point is 01:03:49 know she would. Oh, no, no, no. She said that she would tell you in that moment. Oh, well, yeah. But I, you know, I don't want to cause a scene at the bar and, like, tell it like, yo, like, I feel this type of way you know, at the bar. So I told her about it outside the bar,
Starting point is 01:04:05 you know? And I guess how much onus do you give yourself because if it's not about being a official with her. I get you like, hey, if you're there with me, like, it's, it's an unwritten rule type of thing. How much do you give yourself to also interject? Like, if a dude's talking to your girl and you know she's not looking at it like that, but you know how guys are. How much, like, do you just sit back or like, do you interject or what do you do? It's like, it's like, you're going to sit back and see how this person, like, you're getting to know this person,
Starting point is 01:04:36 right? So that's part of getting to know the person too. Like, all right, how is she going to act, you know, at the bar when I'm there, like, I don't know if I felt disrespected. I told her, like, I'm just going to dismiss myself in the conversation. I'm going to be a part of it, you know? So you've never felt jealous ever, ever. This sounds like a jealous, dude. No, man, if these dudes were like, you know, pretty boys or they're like, you know what
Starting point is 01:05:00 I mean? Like, I'd be like, all right, cool. Like, I got a threat here. But, like, these dudes weren't nothing to worry about. At least I don't think so. You know? Why are you so worried about it? Because how she's not.
Starting point is 01:05:09 It's an thing. I don't know. I get jealous. no matter how they live. Because if she's like this. It could literally be a 75-year-old Vajita telling my husband, thanks, honey. Honey.
Starting point is 01:05:17 Honey. If she's acting like this in front of him, how is she going to be when he's not there. Yeah, it's who she is. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. So that's how he's probably picturing it. Like, when I'm not here, this is going to happen.
Starting point is 01:05:27 Yeah, but also I guess like, but you're doing a lot of watching. You're doing a lot of, like a discovery channel, like observing. Observing. The gazelle. Yeah, exactly. I mean, that's part of getting to know someone, right?
Starting point is 01:05:37 Okay. I don't know. You seem really mean. Yeah. Eddie, have you dated a girl with like a bubbly personality before? Yeah. How did it work out? Not like, oh, I mean, I'm not with that person, right?
Starting point is 01:05:51 Was that like a recurring issue, though? No, it wasn't with that other person. It's your first baddie? Well, maybe like in the beginning, was it? No, not really. It was other stuff. Okay. Send us a picture.
Starting point is 01:06:05 Okay. Okay. But you guys have been talking for three months. Can I ask like, is this, is this issue keeping you from making it official with her? No, because, again, I don't think she has that intention, right? I don't think her intentions like, oh, I'm going to go to a bar with this guy that I've seen. Oh, okay. So then what is keeping you guys from being official?
Starting point is 01:06:29 Well, we just met like three months ago. Okay. Okay. So it's still fresh. No, you can't snow each other. He can wait a couple, wait a few months, a few more months. But this is giving you like the enough to, enough to. enough to hit a little radio station
Starting point is 01:06:41 like I don't know what's going on because loki I feel like I'm all I'm all metida in your business but like you sent the message my friend yeah I didn't think I was gonna get this far talking to you guys live in the radio
Starting point is 01:06:55 well that's what happens when you send in your story on Brownback Mornings 106 on Instagram you can DM us too to be just like Argietti really pissed I'm not I'm not pissed and I wasn't pissed at that time
Starting point is 01:07:09 I'm going to tell you right now, you sound stupid. He's not really mad. Mad, bro. You are angry. Eddie, we love you. All right. He's boiling a little bit. Okay, Eddie, now that you heard the takes from other people,
Starting point is 01:07:22 you heard other girls that also have a bubbly personality. One, is even engaged now, you know, and she did say, like, hey, it's my job, especially when that's my guy, to be like, hey, like, that's not cool. Like, we're not doing that. Yeah. Right? It is up to her to some extent. And that's what she says she feels that way.
Starting point is 01:07:39 especially when her man is not around. So I'm assuming, like, when you're in the picture, too, it could be helpful if maybe you just got like that Shug Knight stance over her. Like, now this is right here. Because you say you sit back or you excuse yourself. And I know that you may not say something, but that's building up inside you, bro. Yeah, I mean, I guess.
Starting point is 01:08:02 But I ain't that type of guy, like, go up and, like, puff my chest, either, you know. She's not the type of girl to be quiet. Yeah. I think you would have to be. because I think she would respect it and be like, all right, cool, like, all right, I can't do that. All right, bet, you know?
Starting point is 01:08:15 And I think it would just end there. But she told me in the last relationship she was with, the guy did that and she didn't like that. Yeah. So maybe that is telling you that no son for each other, bro. You need like a just as mean girl. You need a girl that's like, don't talk to me anybody. You need a girl that's like that.
Starting point is 01:08:38 And she's bad. Like she got a big booty, but she's. She just got a, like, a resting B-face. Yeah. She is. She is. Yeah, she is bad. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:08:47 She sounds like a phone operator. Dole it? Yeah. Because you're like, ugh, the honor. Yo, but it's not jealousy, though. Like, it ain't. Oh, my God. So is that insecurity?
Starting point is 01:08:57 It's the principal. It's jealous. It's the principal. It's respect. It's just respect. Like, that's all it is. I get it. I'm with you.
Starting point is 01:09:05 And that's your boundary. That's your code. That's your code. I don't like strip clubs. Other people like strip clothes with their girl Don't mind that their man goes But we'll go to a strip club together though There's no problem with that
Starting point is 01:09:16 No, no, but I'm saying like that's your code And like other people have their code Other people are cool with certain things Others are not Like that's just your code that you This makes you feel disrespected Yeah But there's gonna be another guy I don't mind
Starting point is 01:09:30 And that's me No, Greg, you're gonna mind If you think Mike is her Talking to Greg, how would you feel? I want to feel jealous No, no threat Yeah, right To share my chains on
Starting point is 01:09:46 Threat Greg is no threat No, no threat No threat No threat So she's in a DJ booth Then that's when it's a threat Oh my
Starting point is 01:09:54 He's gonna just observe though DJ booth Yeah No threat at all He's gonna cry He's gonna cry Hey I know your bad
Starting point is 01:10:04 Just don't take it out on her Okay she seems really nice Yeah she does He seems so No we're cool We're cool We're uh Yeah
Starting point is 01:10:10 We've been chopping it up this whole morning after she talked and, you know, now leading on to this. So, we're cool. So are you going to make it official or not? Because you sound so mad. Make her break right now. You sound like the Hulk is ready to come out. You're my girl, all right? You're my girl, right?
Starting point is 01:10:26 It's not about jealousy. I'm not jealous. You're my girl right now. Nobody else is. Yeah, I mean, we're getting to know each other, you know? Oh, stop doing that. You don't know what she's like already. Just get with her.
Starting point is 01:10:37 I'm going to get to know her more. Stop. She don't want you either, bro. Yeah, great. Great triple. Is there anything else you want to confess your love to her or something? No, she knows. Hey, hey, hey.
Starting point is 01:10:50 But the world doesn't. I got a quick question for you, my boy. How tall are you? Oh, gosh. Sweet? Huh? Six feet? You're giving like five feet energy right now.
Starting point is 01:11:01 Oh, wait. I'm five feet energy. I know. You're giving let the energy, dog. Is this Greg? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:11:09 Isn't I for like Forte? Oh! There's nothing wrong with Forte. I'm not mad, though. Not mad. What if you just need to be more bubbly, bro? I am bubbly. Oh, that, oh, you can't tell you.
Starting point is 01:11:26 The soda's kind of flat right now. I give you the shortest. I'm so bubbly. Yeah, it's okay. You're just respecting her, huh? Otherwise, you'd be he he-haheim. Exactly. I know she's listening.
Starting point is 01:11:36 That's what. Oh, my gosh. Oh. Bye, bro. Bye, Eddie. We helped them. How are you going to be mad? Hey, Eddie.
Starting point is 01:11:44 He's mad. He has... No, no, I agree. Everybody hates you, Greg. No, no, no. I get that too. Everybody hates me, but he's like, he's giving such short answers,
Starting point is 01:11:53 which means he's bothered by it. Well, yeah, he just put his whole story out there on the radio. So I get it. Like, he feels bothered. Plus, Vic put words in his mouth. So he's going to feel so upset. Yeah, Big did put words in his moment. She's probably listening to him right now and getting the ick from this.
Starting point is 01:12:05 He sounds like a little boy. Like, she wants a man. How do you feel? Eddie, how do you feel about? Greg? I mean, Eddie, how do you feel about Vig putting words in your mouth and saying, like, I want to cut her off? I know what he meant. Yeah, she called me out on that.
Starting point is 01:12:20 I know what he meant. I've been there before my boy. She called me. I was like, wait, you didn't tell me you told them that you're going to cut me off. I was like, yo, I didn't say that part. Like, that's just them adding extra sauce to the homie. He said that I was in my brain, but I didn't say. I was saying, I hope she's listening because she does feel a type of way because she didn't, you know.
Starting point is 01:12:39 You got getting me in trouble, too. Oh, we're getting you a job. Oh, my gosh. Eddie. Eddie, you're cool. Eddie, you're cool. Eddie, we helped you, right? You're so cool.
Starting point is 01:12:48 Did we? All right. Eddie, have a good day, bro. Yeah, Eddie. All right, you guys, too. Thank you. Thank you, Eddie. He is pissed.
Starting point is 01:12:57 Thank you, guys. Eddie, we got your back, man. He's probably like to talk to her today. All right. Let's give away some tickets. They're going to make a... Hey, Johnny. Johnny, Johnny, and Sanana.
Starting point is 01:13:05 Johnny, Johnny, where are you at, Johnny? Johnny. Johnny, Johnny. I'm banana. Hello, hello. Good morning. What's up, Johnny? Johnny, you win the tickets to go to you.
Starting point is 01:13:13 You're not scared of fun, bro. Congratulations. Are you happy with this? Can you make our listeners happy, please? What's up, bro? No, no, that was good at home and hope lying. It was good, right? It was crazy.
Starting point is 01:13:27 It's so much drama. Yeah, yes. All right, congratulations. Enjoy it. You know what else? Berle in La Puente. What's up, Berle? Bere.
Starting point is 01:13:38 Good morning. Good morning. You're going to not scary five minutes. Shout it to you. Just thank you for being great. Thanks for listening to us. If you ever have a problem, you know who to DM, okay? Brownback Morning's 106, all right? All right, buddy.
Starting point is 01:13:54 Thank you. You too. That's amazing. If they ever say, like, social media is making us dumber. Yes. This new trend is for sure making that true. It is. And I know Vicks is going to love.
Starting point is 01:14:09 This trend because he does it all the sing every single day he does it a lot even when I Even when I brought it up he was like oh yeah I do that every single day I love doing this What is talking like a caveman It's a huge thing yes listen to how they're talking me post TikTok random boy see ticot random boy talk to me Me like random boy me talk to random boy me random boy together three months three months later Random boy cheated oh gosh literally just talking me that's how we're doing doing our story times on apparently. Story time.
Starting point is 01:14:43 All we have to talk now is like caveman. No, we don't. No, no, no, no, no. We don't do that. That girl was probably 12. Me want to do this. Oh, gosh. No, don't.
Starting point is 01:14:51 Me remember good times when me was caveman. Yes. You're still a caveman. Me like Vic Kaman when he do that. Simpler times. Why do you, why are you a baby Kavan? I don't know. I'm a stupid.
Starting point is 01:15:02 I'm a stupid Kameen. You don't like when you make fun of me. You sound like a baby. All right, you do this every day? I like talking about you a caveman. Okay, like, what do you mean? Simpler. Simple speak.
Starting point is 01:15:19 Me think less. Better for me, brain. Oh my God. And you too, Greg? Yes, me use less words. Me no mess up. Me say words better. Oh.
Starting point is 01:15:31 Angie you? Me think Angie should try. I was about to say that. Maybe Angie tried now. Angie, no mess up, no words We like, we like, we like, we like I think this works for Angie Angie worked
Starting point is 01:15:51 You're changing Europe Why are you talking you from Japan I'm not I'm doing the cave man You are a tourist I'm dying Angie came out of a different cave All right. No more. No. Thank you.
Starting point is 01:16:10 New trend on TikTok. Okay. Okay. I want to try it. It's not for me. We got some cheese, man. And just before we get into all the cheesemette, obviously, revealing whether he was sweetie or not, that would end his relationship with his homie, Cuevo, and take off and also with his wife, Cardi, at the time.
Starting point is 01:16:34 Before we get into all of that, Chezeman, you have a guest to celebrity. I do. I do. I'm going to tell you right now. Usually me and Angie pick a, like a clip of a celebrity. We don't think you guys would, like, you'd stump you on. We'd stump you with.
Starting point is 01:16:45 But I told her, I'm like, man, I don't like it because I know the answer. And I feel like I want to guess too. Oh, you didn't get to play. Yeah. She picked one that I don't know. Yeah, so now she can participate and guess on this one. And this one, like, it's a request of Letthe's request of making it spooky. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 01:17:03 So it's a scary one. Okay. So it's audio from. celebrity we're going to guess who it is. Yeah, whose story this is. And it's spooky vibes because we're an octoration. Of a sudden, we're looking over there in this, like, jacket comes waving through the doorway. Like, just an empty, there's no head, there's no body, there's no legs, it's just there, and then it disappears. He saw a ghost. What? I know that voice. It's a ghost story from a celebrity, hold on. Of a sudden, we're looking over there in this, like, jacket comes waving
Starting point is 01:17:30 through the doorway, like, just an empty, there's no head, there's no body, there's no legs, it's just there and then it disappears. I think I know, like I know the voice, but usually that voice don't talk like that. Okay. It's more slow and serious. Okay. Was that person on Friends?
Starting point is 01:17:46 No. Oh. Okay, I'll give you one hint. No. I find it really hard to pronounce his name. That's a lot of people. Is it Keanu Reeves? Yes.
Starting point is 01:18:01 What? What? Let's go. Wow. Let it go! Yes it. Because I hear the sound, but he's usually talking about, I'm in the Matrix. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:18:10 All of a sudden, we're looking over there in this, like, jacket comes waving through the doorway. Like, there's an empty, there's no head, there's no body, there's no legs, it's just there. And then it disappears. You hear it? I kind of hear it. But just usually talk slower. Yeah. And you, what's the name?
Starting point is 01:18:25 Kianu Reese. He usually talks like, oh, you know. Yeah. I know. I thought you guys were not going to get it, which I. What's the other movie he's in besides Matrix? Hardball. No.
Starting point is 01:18:38 No, John Wick. John Wick. Number one. Heartball with the cucumbers. With the cucumbers, yeah. Oh, thanks, Angie. What's the name without looking at the paper? Keanu Reeves.
Starting point is 01:18:48 There we go. Right, let's get to this offset interview he did with Kiki Palmer. Yeah, you guys. So he was actually talking about his divorce between him and Cardi B, right? Like, she pretty much asked him, like, where are you guys in your divorce? right now. Now Cardi, your ex-wife, or I don't even know if divorce is final, but I know she filed for divorce in 2024. Where do y'all stand now? I mean, is it finalized a divorce? Not yet. Okay, so it's not finalized. Do you want it to be finalized? I'm ready to be over it, for it to be
Starting point is 01:19:19 over with it, yeah. Hmm. Yeah, so apparently they're still together, but I mean, I think divorce, it takes a while, right? Like paperwork and things like that. It can take a while, but I guess the rumor's been that he's not signing the paper. Yeah. until certain demands that he wants get met. But, lokiah, I feel like, like, for example, Kanye did this with Kim, and then she was just like, I'm not going to do, like, I'm just going to go through the courts,
Starting point is 01:19:45 and eventually the courts will be like, bro, you're taking too long and sign these. Oh, they force you. They kind of force it, I think, yeah. Well, it's like, I don't know, she broke up with you, bro. Yeah. It's a division of assets.
Starting point is 01:19:56 Yeah, all of that part, yeah. But you know what? In that interview, he was actually, like, taking accountability of that his marriage thinks that he messed up on? I should respect her to way more. You know what I mean? I made bad decisions as a man, like stepping out. Like, got to take that on the chin.
Starting point is 01:20:11 Like, that's why when she left, I had to take that on the chin. Because, like, I could have been way, we got so much our kids to live for. I was being selfish. You know what I mean? And I can say that as a man. I'm a grown man. You know what I can say that. Oh, my love.
Starting point is 01:20:26 So, yeah. I appreciate that. Yeah, I do appreciate that because it's been messy for. for them. It has. It's been messy for them and low-key, I'm sure, like, at one point even if he's at odds with her, that was his wife. And the way people talk about Cardi, especially about their
Starting point is 01:20:41 situation, like they pretend they conveniently forget that this fool was legit cheating on her. They'll be like, oh, she's pregnant and with another guy, but he's like, bro, like, I step out of her hell of time. Yeah, and, you know, she brings it up in the music and stuff like that. Like she says, like, oh, my dude cheated
Starting point is 01:20:59 and da-da-da-da. So it's also like, validating her that like she's not a liar you know like she's not lying about this you know we are getting divorced but she's not lying about this specific thing that she's saying about me you know so i'm sure she can appreciate that as well yeah i hope this helps them get into the good co-parenting stage hopefully uh he's also in his very single era by the way i've seen those videos of yes multiple girls most of us walking into the yeah the club yeah that's why he wants the divorce to be just like over with you know i don't think those But they got it to the juicy part because there's been like rumors for years that we've heard about like sweetie and him missing around.
Starting point is 01:21:39 And that's why he had to fall out with Cuevo, right? Sweetie was with Cuevo. Mm-hmm. Previously. And Kiki actually asked him about that. Was there true to you and sweetie? No, man. It was a rumor, man.
Starting point is 01:21:51 And I feel like it was something deeper than that for the split of me and bro. I don't really want to touch on, but it's something deeper than that. What the hell could be deeper than that? That was the answer. It wasn't like, he's saying like, none, and those rumors were not true. Me and Sweetie never hooked up. It was something else that me and Quavel's, you know.
Starting point is 01:22:10 We have to believe him, you know, if he's saying that. You know what I'm saying? Do we? I do. Okay. Is he going to admit it? Right. I think he would. Would he have if no one else has?
Starting point is 01:22:20 If Cardi hasn't said it and Sweetie hasn't said it. Oh, okay. You get what I'm saying? Yeah. And he said it's something deeper than that that made him in Quayvester. will split, but he didn't say it was it was not that. Yeah, no, no, but like, it was
Starting point is 01:22:36 something else. Like, yeah, they were mad at me for this, but it wasn't that that cut it off. Something deeper. Something else. I don't know. I don't know. I do really find it odd, and again, it's their business. I do find it odd that, no, she's not, she's kind of been quiet. Cardi B's very vocal. Like, if it's not,
Starting point is 01:22:53 if it's not about so-and-so, it's like, no, don't get that twisted. Like, don't put me in a drama that is not real. And I feel like putting Sweetie's name in that rumor Cardi would be the first one like No don't give me those problems Yeah
Starting point is 01:23:06 Don't make it that You get like she's really quick to shut down Somebody that's telling a lie on her Yeah She hasn't dissed her She hasn't And then Cardi I was You know
Starting point is 01:23:15 Checking who she follows She follows sweetie So I'm like maybe it's really not sweetie And nothing happened between Sweetie and so maybe this is true Was there true to you and sweetie? No man It was a rumor man
Starting point is 01:23:26 And I feel like It was something deeper than that for the split of me and bro. I don't really want to touch on, but it's something deep in that. He moved from one to another. Like, stop talking about the sweetie thing and then it's like my split is something else.
Starting point is 01:23:39 It's tricky. It's tricky. I'm going to believe Offsett on this one because Cardi is following sweetie on social media. So I'm like, okay, if that- Maybe she's following sweetie. Trying to see what she's at. Or maybe she's just like, look,
Starting point is 01:23:52 because she's even said, like, I didn't say anything in her album. She's like, I didn't say anything when you guys were messing with my man. Yeah. Like, she may also be like, I don't know. She may have took it on the chin and been like. Or been like, I know how he is because he's maybe not blame sweetie because she knows
Starting point is 01:24:11 how her man is who has said I stepped out on her. Now, Cardi, your ex-wife or I don't even know if she was a spine. I should respect her way more. You know what I mean? I made bad. She's as a man like stepping out. Like, got to take that on the chin. Like, that's why when she's definitely had to take that on the chin.
Starting point is 01:24:26 So he's clearly done. some stuff. Yeah. Maybe it's like how much can you blame the girl sometimes? As somebody who's previously in the past been cheated on, you kind of doubt, you kind of wait like, dang, should I be mad at the girl? She didn't know. Or like, you know what I'm saying? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Because then you feel almost like, what am I doing being mad at the girl and still staying with this guy. True. But also you can't, she didn't know that one. Because everybody in the world knew that Cardi, that Cardi B and offshore together. I don't know how they found out. Like it's so weird. It's very, it's super veiled.
Starting point is 01:24:58 Carty's talked about during interviews, how there was a girl that was hugging her, giving her flowers, all of that, then finds out that her and her man are messing around. Yeah. So it's like, I guess, where did she find out? Where was the later? Was it at that time? Did she find out once they were done? I don't know. It's just so tough.
Starting point is 01:25:13 Yeah. It's so tough and up in the air, but he said no. Yeah, he said no. We got to take him for his word. We got a name. And he has a song, man of my work. Oh, no, that's one she did for him. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:25:23 Man of that she wished. He was a man of his wife. Yeah. He did the, why are you still mad at me? Yeah. Why aren't you happy for me? I'm happy for you. Hopefully, at least the way he's speaking about her.
Starting point is 01:25:35 It's been, it's, it's, it's very, it's getting better. Yeah, yeah, I hope for that. For the kids. Yes. Hey, it's time to give a fuller flowers. Yes. And today we're giving flowers to one of the biggest pop stars of the 2000s, all right? Ecuadorian American artist.
Starting point is 01:25:52 Christina Maria Aguilera. Christina Aguil. Yes. Shout out to Christina Aguilera. Shout out to your DJing skills. You like that one? No, the transformer scratch. Greg's mad.
Starting point is 01:26:33 Yeah, I know. He's crashing out on the car. Okay, so she was on the all-new Mickey Mouse Clubhouse in 93, but rose to fame in 99. The All-New? Jeannie and a Bottle. No. The All-New. Oh, that's what it was called.
Starting point is 01:26:43 Oh, okay. Yeah, the all-new Mickey Mouse Club. Yeah. In 93, and she rose to fame in 99 with Jeannie in a Botto, but not only did that song dominate the English charts, she also recorded a Spanish version. I'm not sure if the whole world is heard yet. Listen to this. Angie?
Starting point is 01:27:10 Let's go. I remember it. Yeah, if you bought the single back in those days, it could see the different versions and the instrumental. Do you remember this part at the end? This is pretty funny. It's fives. I don't know why she got extra sexy at the end of it.
Starting point is 01:27:27 That's how it gets. Yeah. Yes. But she even won two Latin Grammys. You know, she sold over 100 million albums and won one. seven Grammys total and she's had so many hits you know because she does have Hispanic characterage right yeah she's Ecuadorian there you go yeah she's Ecuadorian um and you know she's uh she has hits like beautiful ain't no other man dirty we know we know we know christangular bro
Starting point is 01:27:49 yes but i want to tell you guys about my favorite song of hers it's not a hit actually but it's a dis it's a dis called f u s s which stands for f you scott storch and if you don't know who Scott Storch is, he produced this. Not just that. Yeah, plenty more hits. Oh yeah. But they actually used to date and they used to work on music together. I did not know that.
Starting point is 01:28:15 Yes. And so she recorded this song. It stands for F.U. Scott Storch. This is her little snippet of a diss song right here. Don't forget infatuation. I'm a fighter feeling under appreciated. So that was at the end of her. She sang it with her.
Starting point is 01:28:48 Yeah, I know. She's hurting. And that was a piano. Yeah. So she sang it at the end of her 2006 album back to basics. And it was basically like, look, I got the album out without you. You wrote all these songs for me, but look what I do now. And so, yeah, so she dissed the hell out of him.
Starting point is 01:29:04 Yeah, big up. Yeah. Big up to her. And it sounded great. I like how you know that album cut. Yeah, no. I've been knowing about that. How old were you when this came out?
Starting point is 01:29:13 2006, I don't know, like 14 or something like that. You were listening to X-Tina. Yeah. And that's why I wanted to give her. Her words because she's incredible. To the old schoolish album. Yes. What album was it on?
Starting point is 01:29:25 That was 2006. But what album was it on? Back to basics. That's the one where Aina where the man. Yeah. You weren't listening to that? It was. Yes, Vicki.
Starting point is 01:29:34 What's wrong with that? Nothing. All right. I love it. Well, yeah, we got to give Christina Aguilera her flowers. Yeah. She's amazing. And she does, she does like embrace her Ecuadorian.
Starting point is 01:29:44 She went to go visit for the first time. Ecuador, by the way, in 2015. It was for like a hunger relief trip. but she really wanted to connect with her roots. You know, sometimes especially she's, she's, her father's side's Ecuadorian, and I believe her mother's side is different. No, but different parts.
Starting point is 01:30:02 Yeah, like Irish and stuff like that. So I guess wanting to figure out where you're from, where your parents are from, it also helps you figure out more where you're from too. And I do appreciate that she's always made a point to do Spanish versions of her songs. True. Or to even keep a name like Aguilera.
Starting point is 01:30:19 Yeah. her name because often a lot of singers from the past and have been told like you got to change your name it has to be more appealing to the white audience the mainstream audience and she kept it so i i remember growing up in the in the world of brittany spears and n sync and back shoe boys that there was a latina baddie like there was a christina aguilera you know yes she looked like the one girls in the novellas but it felt cool that like you had that name that she's not so many of home girls have and she's like in the in the mainstream pop world so big up big up to christina angular man this is every flowers that's right uh what's going on though there's something else you got to
Starting point is 01:30:59 yes another pop princess over here mylie cyrus uh she might have some problems with soldier boy you guys because she's claiming to be the first artist to do something and that's be canceled so my lee did an interview where she was reflecting on her career and she said that she was the first artist to be canceled listen i was the first person to maybe ever be canceled i guess Well, you know, I didn't know until I was older actually how brutal it really was because it was very, you know, challenging for other people. But for me, it was a good time. It looked fun and it was fun. And, you know, that can get her into trouble because Soldier Boy claims to be the first artist to do pretty much everything.
Starting point is 01:31:39 I created Nikki Minaj, Twitter for her. I introduced y'all to the internet. I was the first artist to work with D'Amigo. I'm the reason why it's Apple Music and Spotify. I'm the reason there's little pumps. I'm the first rapper to come out with a video game. I discovered Chief Keith. Richard Keyes to sleep on my couch.
Starting point is 01:31:52 I was the first artist on YouTube. So, you know, there's many more that cut out. He's also the first artist to ever have an iPhone, apparently. And a lobooboo chain. And a loboo chain. Yeah, the list is endless. Oh my gosh. But yeah, she's talking about the time where she went hip hop basically and started
Starting point is 01:32:08 working when Mike Will made it and she made this song. That 23 song that everybody loved so much. No, I hated it. Yeah, me too. But yeah, so she's talking about that time. And also when she was twirking on Robin. thick at then CD Awards and everybody was like chicken cutlets. Yes and everybody was like what are you doing Miley you're you're an teen idol like all these kids love you and look at what you're doing and all this
Starting point is 01:32:37 stuff and she went kind of you know this way instead of being like a role model I guess you could say so she said yeah she was the first artist to be canceled but she must not have a long memory because I specifically remember Michael Jackson being canceled I specifically remember R. Kelly being canceled all this way before any of that so I don't know the timeline But I feel like those ones are way worse than what she was. No, for sure. But she's like, I'm the first artist to be canceled. I'm not sure if she's talking about like the social media age,
Starting point is 01:33:07 but I remember specifically like 2000. Those are the fools who were tried in the court of law. Yes. She's not. Cancel by law, bro. No, but I remember specifically being like, oh, you shouldn't listen to Michael Jackson anymore. I was a kid. And I'm just being like, dang.
Starting point is 01:33:21 Cancel by love it. Yeah. I like his music. I'm with you. I'm with you for sure. I get it. For sure. Exactly. But yeah, so Miley Cyrus apparently was the first artist to be canceled.
Starting point is 01:33:30 According to her. According to her. All right. Thank you for that big. Thank you. Keep it here.
