All right, hey, everybody. It's me, Sam Stein, managing out of the Bork, and I'm joined once again by Eric Dieters. You might remember him from our previous conversation where he had a great green screen behind him. He did not choose to do the same backdrop, which I'm disappointed, I will admit. But I'm glad that you join me nonetheless, Eric. We are talking literally minutes after Ambassador Kimberly Guilfoyle announced that she is resigning from her post. You might remember Eric and I talked about, um,
what precipitated this, which was text messages and signal messages that Eric shared showing that
she was more or less hitting you up for money to support her lavish lifestyle. So Eric, I guess I should
start with your reactions to her resignation. My first response when asked that today is going to be,
it's a great day for American diplomacy. But I want to let you know that, you know, I'm glad. I'm glad
she's gone. Kimberly
Gilfoyle is a
wicked, evil,
manipulative
grifter.
And, you know, the reports that were
coming out of Greece weren't good.
But I'll take full credit
for the resignation because
I think she would have survived
everything in Greece. They could
have told her to cut it out. It was over
there in Greece. And she would have
survived that. What she could not
survive was the black
and white text messages, the embarrassment and the humiliation of her asking me for $100,000 to pay off
for AMAX and at the same time wanting to keep it a secret and covered up. And just to let you know, too,
not to monopolize the conversation here at the outset, but I'm going to sue her for defamation
this week. I have to because she's concocted this thing that, oh, this was for money that I owed her
for prior work, and that's not true, and she knows it.
She started out telling the Wall Street Journal that the messages were fake, and I didn't fly.
Then she said I was a known blackmailer, whatever to hell that freaking means.
So I'm going to be really aggressive against her, and I'm suing her for defamation right here
in good old Kentucky near Cincinnati, which means I will get to take her deposition,
and it'll be fun.
I was going to ask you if you had filed your suit because we had talked last time you said you're going to, so you haven't actually filed it yet, but you do still plan on doing so.
Yeah, I was, it wasn't kind of in a hurry.
I wasn't in a hurry to do it, but I'm going to, I'm going to hurry it up now.
Today's Tuesday, it'll be filed by Friday.
Now, you said, I'm going to take her deposition.
You don't mean you literally personally, you're going to have a lawyer do it.
Oh, absolutely, not me.
See, as a retired lawyer, as a retired lawyer, I knew you were a lawyer.
I was wondering if you're going to take, take the, as a retired.
As a retired lawyer, you can represent yourself pro se.
And I always represent myself in all my legal matters quite well, I might say.
Okay.
If I can represent myself, there's nobody better than I could get.
So you are going to depose for yourself?
Absolutely.
I'm looking forward to that day.
You have to understand something about a lawsuit.
They're very dangerous because a lawsuit allows you to issue subpoenas.
A lawsuit allows you.
you to request documents. A lawsuit allows you to take depositions under oath, which means
I can depose everyone on her staff. I can subpoena documents. By the way, her problem of residence,
this is important for your audience to know. Her resignation is not making her problems go away.
The Raskins Committee, the Oversight Committee, the Foreign Relations Committee,
have both contacted me. I've sent them all the documents.
They're not going to let this go.
The OIG, the Office of Inspector General from the State Department, they're still going to conduct their investigation.
Her resigning does not make any of this problem.
Her legal problems go away.
So why do you think she resigned?
Because she was going to be fired if she didn't.
And I think Trump gave her that little bit of grace.
I don't know if you saw it, but Trump was leaving the White House just now.
I did see it.
And they said,
She's like a member of your family.
He snapped.
She was not a member of my family.
I mean, it was like, whoa.
Kimberly has fallen.
She's falling way down.
The quote is, she wasn't a member of my family.
She, I guess, dated my son a long time ago.
Right.
It wasn't that long ago.
I'm going to break some news for you.
I know you're sounding on me for this.
Here is something that's big.
I was thinking that the only thing.
thing that would save her is that she would be saved because of stuff she knows.
But here is what I've decided.
That's already been taken care of.
I will bet you that when Donald Trump Jr. and her broke up, when they broke up,
I'll guarantee you there was a signed document.
And I'll bet to that signed document said, you're going to go your way.
I'm going my way.
Here's what we're going to do with the house.
Here's what we're going to do with everything.
There is no way in hell.
Don Jr.
Did not get an agreement with Kimberly Guilfoyle that says,
non-disclosure, no talking about anything,
including the Trump administration.
So I bet you that Donald Trump Jr.
breakup agreement is really making this easier for Trump to do.
Usually don't have breakup agreements.
If you get married, I guess you would have a divorce settlement.
But yeah, we'll see.
There's no doubt.
There's no doubt they got something in writing.
Okay.
Okay.
So when she resigned, she put out a statement, she says the following.
I also want to address the recent allegations against me.
These allegations are false and I intend to vigorously defend my name, my reputation,
and my integrity.
I've dedicated my professional life to fighting for justice, standing up for what is right
in defending the values that make America exceptional.
I will not allow false accusations to define my decades of public service.
I would just know you have literal text messages and signal messages.
So I'm not sure what she's saying is false.
Do you have an idea of what she's going to push back on you for?
No, she's just posturing.
Here's another thing I'm breaking on your show.
Well, the last thing you broke, you were speculating that they had a NDA.
So it wasn't total breaking news.
Let's get a little sharper here.
Here's a rhetorical question.
Okay.
If she's so innocent and she wants to defend these allegations vigorously, then is she going to sue me?
And why isn't she given public interviews?
Why isn't she standing before a bank of cameras to defend these allegations falsely?
I'm going on every freaking news agency that wants to talk to me.
Now, of course, we all know the reason why, and I got to say it, this brief moment,
580 victims of Dr. Durrani for unnecessary spine surgeries.
I asked her for her help to bring attention to it and medical protective as insurance company.
I wanted Durrani extradited.
I wanted an investigation of how he fled the country.
And she couldn't even do that for me.
I asked you last time this question.
I'm going to ask it again because it's been several days.
Has anyone from that orbit reached out to you since you first emerged as someone who was willing to share?
what you knew about Gulf Fund.
But I mean her office, the Trump administration, Trump World, anyone.
No, no.
I do want to tell you that I have communicated by email, no response.
You know, they probably wish they responded to my email two Thursdays ago.
Right.
I sent them an email yesterday and I said to them that I do plan on suing Kimberly
Guilfoyle for defamation.
but I also said that if it helps them,
if it helps them with the Kimberly Guilfoyl situation,
as long as they extradite Durrani,
and as long as they start the investigation against medical protective,
I'm fine.
Who did you send that to?
Susie Wiles, as Chief of Staff and Don Jr.
Isn't that kind of like extortion?
No, it's cooperation in trying to help them with their Kimberly Guilfoyle problem.
Yeah, but you're saying,
if you help me with my problem, I will not blow up this Kimberly Guilfoy situation anymore.
No, here's what extortion is.
You better do boom or I'm going to do X.
That's what you're saying, though.
No.
You better help me with these patients or aren't going to blow up Kimberly Gilfoy's situation anymore.
Two things.
It's political.
It's political.
That stuff goes down all day.
Politicians do it all the time.
They say, hey, if you don't support me, I'm going to support so-and-so.
That's not extortion.
that's political.
Hey, by the way, I want to tell you right now,
do you really think they want to charge me with extortion?
I think I'd get a little press out of that.
Okay.
Now, I got to tell you, I got to ask one other thing.
Sure.
I've been, I've been, this has been killing me.
I'm sitting there talking to you again,
and I'm thinking of myself,
how many people have said that you remind him of Polly Shore?
Me?
Poly Shore?
You have the, you had the same demeanor.
The way you talk, you sound like Polly Shore.
I like Polly Shore.
That's not an insult.
I like Polly Shore, too, but that definitely is an insult.
No one wants to be compared to Polly.
Sure.
You said you've been Jamie Raskin and Robert Garcia's committees.
They've reached out to you.
What are they asked for?
What have you given them?
They've asked for the documents, and I sent them,
and they've asked for some interviews and some phone calls.
I'm talking to one of them.
I don't know which one.
One of them wants to look at the documents.
documents more. One of them is calling me at 3.30 today. Oh, wow. And you think, and so why do you think
that they're going to stay on this even though she's resigned? Are you kidding me? I mean,
I would, I would stay on it. I'm just sort of curious. There's a lot of stuff. They're going to stay on it
because it is a, it is bad publicity for Kimberly Guilfoyle and therefore the Trump administration
as it relates to her grifting. By the way, I want to, I want to say this again.
I have no evidence to Don Jr. and Eric Trump ever have done anything like Kimberly Guilfoyle did for me, grifting wise.
And I say this kind of facetiously, but with humor.
The Bidens were shadow old-style criminals.
The Trumps, they're just making their money hand over fist out in the open.
I mean, let's face it, okay?
I don't like Trump's personal style as it relates to what he do things.
I mean, have the President of the United States hawking Trump watches?
Bothers the hell out of me.
He brings up one to name the oceans after him.
I mean, Trump's ego, I'll quote Tombstone.
I love, Tombstone is my favorite movie of all time.
I have a painting of Doc Holliday over my office at home.
This guy is like Johnny Greengo.
The Doc Holliday.
the character in Tombstone or Doc Holiday, like just right on Rock Holiday? You're going to love this.
You're going to love this. The actual historical Doc Holliday's face painted on Val Kilmore's outfit.
You have that hanging over your bed? No, it's hanging over my office.
Your office, okay.
My office at home, my office desk. I could have picked any historical figure, and I picked Doc Holiday.
That tells you all you need to know about me. Now, let me say something. Do you like that line?
I was like, I'll be a Huckleberry. I'm going to be your Huckle. I was Kim Huckleberry's.
But Doc Holliday the movie says Johnny Ringo as a hole right in the center that he can never fill with hate, okay?
Yeah.
Donald Trump has a hole that he can't fill with adoration.
I mean, it's nonstop.
Donald Trump, Donald Trump, Donald Trump, Donald Trump.
And it gets old, like the arch.
What the hell do we need a freaking arch for?
I mean, it's just disgusting.
Disgusting.
Last question for you.
I just am sort of fascinated by the role that money plays in this world.
Like, it seems to be ever present, a desire to make more and more and more, and it's never enough.
And you've walked with these people and talk to them.
Yeah, can you speak to it?
Like, that seems, I guess, let me put it this way.
A lot of people have asked, based off our first interview, is why she even was in that position,
considering all the money that she had potentially made from other sources of income.
incomes. You explained she had a big spending habit, but money seems to be just the central issue for this community, for these people.
Let me share something with you. I was born the son. I'm one of 11 children. My father was an attorney,
and he was a man of means, but we grew up on a farm, and we'd establish, you know, farm values.
But I have been around people with money my entire life. And there's some exceptions.
of this rule. But I can tell you, being around money my whole life, people with money,
most of them only want to make more money. It is money is how they define people. It's why you have
special subdivisions where the rich people live. It's why you have country clubs,
exclusive country clubs. You've got Mar-a-Lago, you've got Trump World. President Trump defines
everything based upon money. And it's disgusting. And all they value is money. But that's the way the rich
are. I happen to not be that way. I don't have Mar-a-Lago kind of money. But I'm not, I am a man of
means. I mean, I live in one of the nicest homes in the greater Cincinnati area. But I want you to
know that that's not what drives me. What drives me is helping people. And it's the cause. And I canceled
that Freedom Fest because my 100 wealthiest friends who I do favors for all day long, I said,
hey, buy a thousand dollar ticket for me, help me pay for this event. And only three of them did.
The three people I didn't even freaking know. And that's why I canceled it. And I threw them under the
bus. And you're going to crack up. Some of them are trying to text me and communicate to me,
and I'm blowing them off. Never again. So people don't realize that. It wasn't anti-Trump.
that was rich people holding on to $1,000.
In this Durrani cause, I'm raising money every day.
Every day I got to go out raise money
because I spend all my money on the cause,
a couple million a year.
And you would not believe my wealthiest friends,
my wealthiest friends are the ones that always say no to money.
Yeah.
It's sad.
It's sad.
All right.
Eric Dieter's, thanks again, buddy.
Appreciate it.
Will you hear me back again, even though I thought you might be of Pauly Shore?
I'll have to think about that one.
That was a harsh insult, but I'll ruminate on it.
Thanks for having me on.
I like you guys.
Appreciate it.
