Sina. Pals.
What is up, guys?
It's Chris Sazepino, joined today by Mr. Michael Boost.
Hello, hello.
Hey, hey, without further ado.
Let's get started.
That'll do it.
That'll do it.
Oh, he's going to get a new puppy.
Get new puppy.
He's going to stay full.
It's exactly like the old one.
Oh, no, it's a cute little pity.
Oh, baby.
Babies.
We're going to save his life.
Hi.
Oh, my gosh.
It's okay.
Let's go.
I think pitties are just the cutest dogs.
I have a pity.
Oh, what a precious bee.
Look at it.
It's like...
Look at it.
Oh.
straight up right off the gate
I hated this movie
no no no wait wait let me finish it I'm strapping in
in the beginning
okay right out the start
I honestly wanted to walk away
if I was at home and I wasn't watching this right now
with you I would have turned it off
I wouldn't have finished it I would because
it hurt my soul with what this
Derek wrote
I'm so mad at you Derek
I but you see why
you see why he used it
because like that's such a great inspiration
He could have done it so differently, but, but, damn, what a badass film, man.
It was good.
It was good.
And you know what?
In a weird way, like, yes, I hate it as much as I hated it.
The way he did this, Dirk.
Just the more sauce that just put on his name every time you say it.
I cannot not give you credit for riding this so beautifully.
It was very well written.
Yes.
You use this pepper.
you ended up like you just put these layers of like and there's your mental there's something wrong with you you need to go see a doctor and you're twisted and like honestly like well done sir but i don't like you but i love your film also at the same time i don't know that's just me and i love this world i know the establishment of like this world is like so cool and they leave you with more questions yes but you want to be a part of this one yeah it's mysterious i like it a lot
It's really cool.
Honestly, it was really cool.
I love, and even though it's like predictable, I feel like it was still fun and lovable.
Like, you wanted more.
Yep.
And I loved how everybody just knew John Witt.
Yeah, right.
And he came back.
He didn't have to announce himself.
He just established himself.
And they're like, okay, he's a weaker version.
But yeah, he's not.
No.
He's not to be trifled with.
No, exactly.
And I love my favorite.
My favorite scene was when John, the car guy,
calls Michael
the Virgo
Oh yeah Vigo
In the film
The car guy calls the main man
And he's like
I heard you stroke my son
And he goes
Yes I did
And he had no fear
Yeah no zero fear
This is his boss
This is the boss
And he has come and he's like
Sck right
But he's like this is my wife
He goes yeah I did
And he's like
He go and he's like basically like
No he stole John Wick's car
And you know
And in that moment, I love the silence of, oh.
And he just, there's nothing.
It just dies.
It's like an understanding of this world, this whole new world outside of reality that he hangs up.
And he's like, oh my gosh, the devil's been released.
Yeah, right.
Like, we're all going to die.
Jeannie's out of the bottle now, boys.
I think that was the best scene in the entire film.
And I love how this automobile guy.
I like, you know, like I love, I just love that the moment the son goes, he owes, he goes,
what did you say?
And in that moment, he's like, you don't know.
You have no idea.
Go ahead.
Tell your father.
Yeah, yeah.
Please tell your father.
Go to him.
And he was like, it was so done well.
And I'd love that, like, you know, John Wick just shows up.
And he's like, where's my car?
Where is it?
Was it here?
Who's the people?
And he's like, yeah.
It was here.
I didn't touch it.
This is a huge information.
I told him to get out of my garage.
I love, I love that coat.
I love the fear that, that, that one.
name John Wick and it makes me kind of go you know what I have a son I'm going to name him
his first name's going to be John his second name is going to be Wick and his last name's going to be
whatever I'm going to do I'm going to take that wick you know like do it do it with me he's going to be
the most badass kid on the playground I mean I you're already telling stories about how you got
into fights we're defending people that kid that kid's got big shoes to fill and he's going to fill
him no it's funny because I'm um I'm very sweet but growing up I did get into a
lot of fights.
I won a lot of fights.
I did not.
I lost very few.
Nice.
And it's interesting because the one that I did lose, I ended up winning in the end.
And my grandfather has eight black belts in martial arts.
Oh, okay.
And so, like, I was, he taught my sisters and I to fight.
Okay, gotcha.
But he was also military and, like, taught us to fight.
To fight.
To the point where I know how to fight to take somebody down, but then I also join
an all-boys wrestling team.
Nice.
One championships in state seven years in a row.
Hell yeah.
Only girl on the team.
At a girl.
So my grandfather always told us, Kristen, if somebody hits you, first hit, you walk away.
Second hit, you stand your ground.
Third hit is self-defense.
And he told me, and he always told us this because he said, you can really do damage to somebody
and you can kill them.
And he's like, so if somebody hits you because of how trained you are.
The first hit, you walk away.
Violence is not it.
You let it be.
So I always lived by that code.
Gotcha.
So I would let somebody take the first hit.
I never threw the first hit.
Ever.
And so I got that one hit.
The second hit, and I'd walk away.
Or I would like kind of look.
If they hit me again, I'm like, all right.
All right.
It's over.
And I would be like, it's over for y'all.
I remember one time, I was so, I was like, please, one more.
I remember, hit me again.
Come on.
I remember staying my side.
My, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, I remember holding my grounds and I go, that's two.
One more.
It's free game.
Let's go.
One more.
Hit me one more time.
Please.
At that point, I'm like, nope, nope, I'm not going to be.
You know what I like, retract my statement.
Oh, I had a, I had a name.
I had a name walking away.
In, um, middle school and high school, uh, people were definitely did respect me.
Okay.
Um, and it's interesting because I wasn't a bully.
It was like I was always defending the underdog
Or I was defending my sister
Or like, you know, with me I was like I don't really care
Like it's fine
Like I'm pretty level-headed
And my temper's pretty controlled
However, the moment I got crossed
I was like, all right, let's go
It's fight time
And so a lot of people were terrified of me
And they're like, oh don't, don't mess with Kristen
Oh, she throws down
She's the sweetest, most kindest person
You'll ever meet but she's a protector
She throws down
Yeah, everybody in the school knew
She is a protector
If you're doing
If you're doing something to somebody
Do not do it around her
Because she will throw down
She will protect them
If you are in the wrong
Like she will fall on
Now if it's like your own thing
Like for most of them like
Hands off
Do your thing
I'm not a part of this
But the moment I see somebody
Attacking somebody
Who can't defend themselves
Or just to be cruel
Like say a puppy
John Wick
Yeah you decide man
I am like Mrs. John Wick right here.
Mrs. John Wick.
Anyways, back to the film.
Fun facts, you guys.
Fun facts.
Krista Zos Pino throws down.
She throws down, ladies and gentlemen.
You heard it here first.
Sweetest human being, they will tell you this.
Everyone in my school, anybody who grew up with me, you know, if you were watching this, you know, throw some facts.
They will tell you.
She is the sweetest, most kindest person you will ever meet.
Amazing.
But she throws down.
And if she, if you're on her bad side, watch out.
And I'm like, but I'm also like that, that person that you would never think.
Right.
I mean, it's always, it's always the ones you least expect.
Yeah.
That's usually how it goes.
I'm just like, I'm like, yeah, I did it.
And I'm like, and the moment I go, I, and the thing is, I don't do this.
I go.
Ah, it's the smile.
Really?
It's the, all right, cool.
We're doing this smile.
Because it's almost like my psycho, my inner psycho comes out.
And I'm like, all right, you want to play.
Play, like, let's go to the playground.
Let's go.
Meet you in the yard, five minutes.
My older sister, she's just like, the moment I'd go, she'd be like, I'm done, I'm out, cool, bye.
She would be like, my sisters, they're all like, ooh, the crazy's coming out, walk away.
Yikes, just leave her alone, leave her alone.
I'm like, yikes, yikes.
Yeah, anyways, anything else we want to add?
I mean, back to the film, this is amazing.
I enjoyed it.
Fun.
Absolutely outstanding.
The soundtracks, I love the unexamplead.
I love the unexexam.
expected music, but music
choicing is absolutely
like, you guys, let us know your
thoughts on this film. I really did
enjoy it. I, and it's interesting because
I was getting ready to get up and leave
in the beginning. I was so upset.
I thought I was going to cry. I know. I could feel it. I was like, okay,
they got to get on with it because Kristen's about to check out.
I was, and I honestly was this close
from writing Achara and
Javi to be like, and I was about
Like, I was like, I want to yell at you right now.
Why did you make me watch this movie?
This is the first time that I wanted to send a message and full of rage and anger.
But thank you, uh, Chari Anthony for picking this out.
You know, it was a solid.
Mm-hmm.
It brought it back.
It brought it back.
You know, they did.
Yeah.
It did.
And now I'm like, I'm hooked.
I'm addicted.
I want in.
I want in on this amazing world.
Because, you know, I feel like they could do real amazing damage with the storylines.
Mm-hmm.
I think it's so damn cool.
Well.
