What we have for Crime and Sports, we're going to talk about the 1993 Florida State Seminole football program which was just teaming with Scandal. They had like a structured payroll program with guys.
Starting point is 00:03:22 The Cators? Oh no, no, that's Florida. This is the Seminoles. Florida State. Oh Florida State. Bobby Bowden Oh, no, no, that's Florida. This is the Seminoles. Florida State. Oh, Florida State. Bobby Bowden. FSU, yeah, the golden red. So them, and there was a big shoe scandal.
Starting point is 00:03:32 You wanna find out how to, yeah, they won the national championship and we're just eating alive with scandal, it's fun. Then for small town murder, we're gonna dip into something very fun. We are gonna get into Ted Bundy's psychological evaluation. Oh, who did it? In 1976 when he got convicted of the kidnappings in Utah before he broke out and did all the
Starting point is 00:03:52 other stuff in Chi Omega and before he went to Florida State essentially. They did a full diagnostic 90-day psych workup on him to figure out the sentencing and if he was a violent person or not So this book I have is just this guy's whole psych workup on Ted Bundy So let's find out what the fuck is wrong with Ted Bundy. What do you say everybody Colorado? That's in Utah, Utah Yeah, you never never got charged Later on he got charged, but at the time it was just the Utah stuff. So there we go We'll get into that patreon.com slash crime in sports.
Starting point is 00:04:25 That's going to be so interesting. And you get a shout out at the end of the show as well. Jimmy will certainly mess your name up. So that said, let's do this with our asshole of the week here. It is Mark Walton. W a l t o n. Just like, uh, like Sam basketball player. Yeah. Bill or the people who own the stores. Or the TV show. Or the Waltons, yeah. Mark Walton, very common name, so you know that the mistaken identities are gonna be fun here.
Starting point is 00:04:51 Oh, so deep. It's gonna be a good time. So Mark is born here, by the way, Mark Walton Jr. also. View back. He never uses the junior, but his father goes by Mark Walton Sr. So guess what, asshole, we found you out. You're a junior, pal. And he by Mark Walton Senior. So guess what asshole, we found you out. You're a junior pal.
Starting point is 00:05:07 And he is going to, wow, this is not a good advertisement, not a good spokesman for junior behavior here. This guy, he's born March 29th, 1997. God, 1997. Wow. That is wild. 27 year old man? He's 27 right now, absolutely.
Starting point is 00:05:28 And he has done enough dumb shit to end up on a fucking two hour long rip your ass up podcast or two jerk off comedians make fun of him. That's not, I mean, I guess you could call him prolific, but other than that, he's just an asshole, a prolific asshole. He's five, 10, 200 pounds. He's a little, he's a football player. prolific asshole. He's five ten two hundred pounds. He's a little he's a football player He's a running back as we'll talk about here. Yeah, not a very good one, but a running back nonetheless His mother his name is Kimberly Rogers and his father is of course Mark Walton senior He has five brothers and sisters that we know of so he's one of six
Starting point is 00:06:03 has five brothers and sisters that we know of. So he's one of six. Kim puts out. Well, it's not all Kim. Mark also spreads the seed. Mr. Mark puts out. Far and wide here. He'll have a daughter later on. And he was raised primarily by his mother, Kimberly,
Starting point is 00:06:17 for most of his life. And I'm talking up to five years old, because we have a major event at six. So up till five, he has siblings siblings and he's raised by his mother. Grace. That's grace right there. So that's enough. That's, that's as good as his life gets. So we're in about 2002 and it's grace. The buildings collapsed and so did his life. It's all fucked up. So he, his father, Mark Walton Senior, when Mark Junior was about seven years old, his
Starting point is 00:06:50 parents were already separated, his father is murdered. What? Yes, and not like on the street or anything like that. Very interesting. Where? Well, Walton says this, you know what, let's, we'll do an early in their own words here, I think, because what the hell why not because he's a goddamn mess here in their own words quote he was stabbed in the heart by his girlfriend it affected me big
Starting point is 00:07:13 time I knew I knew he wanted me to do the right things in life and keep my head focused that's my motivation in life make my mom happy the way she treats me she broke her back for me I want to make her happy at the end of the day That's her mom Women will stab you in the fucking heart apparently so this lady where was it that his dad was killed in his house What state I mean? Oh, I have no fucking idea. I assume Florida cuz everybody lives in Florida. He's born in Miami. Everybody lives in Florida. And that sounds pretty very for it sounds right on track, I think with what you think of what did he do to earn that is who the fuck knows and Mark's grandmother had already died and his older brother had
Starting point is 00:08:02 already died at this point. So why? That's why I said grace on this kid. He's really, it's all tragedy from here on out and he's definitely not going to make his mom happy unless his mom likes him getting arrested on video a shitload of times. Loves fucked up kids. Yeah. Uh, November of 2011, he's in the eighth grade and there's in the Miami Herald, he's in the eighth grade. And there's, in the Miami Herald, he's in the newspaper talking about being selected to play for the 2012 East Bay Youth All-American Bowl
Starting point is 00:08:32 at the Alamo Dome in San Antonio. So they said Walton will play defensive back for the East team in the eighth grade 185 pound weight limit game. So, yeah, he's running back into high school. He's a, everybody, great athletes play both ways in high school, because they're like, get out there, everybody else is terrible.
Starting point is 00:08:52 All these kids are spazzes who can't fucking run. Go, you're an athlete. Get the fuck out there. You just gave a, like a kind of a sexual innuendo for football, because obviously that's a very common thing now that everybody knows, but the NFL has fucking leaned into that shit. If you watch a football game now, they say way worse things than they've ever said before. Yeah. They say got right inside that guy. Yeah. They always say like that. Yeah. That's
Starting point is 00:09:23 it's, it's constant. And they're always talking about penetration all the time. The penetration through the line. He got great penetration, then he's on top of this guy. It's like, oh God, Jesus. He's really, he's going deep is what you're telling me. Is he going deep? Is that the problem? It's crazy.
Starting point is 00:09:40 Teams are saying inside him. Football's always been like that though. I mean, there's been comedians in the 70s that did jokes about going deep to the tight end and all that bullshit. I mean, that's... It's getting so much worse. It's all in new era.
Starting point is 00:09:53 It's just gay, let's be honest here. Football's the gayest sport that's ever existed. It's the gayest one there is. Let's put on real tight pants, shower together, have our cocks out all the time. Yeah. We'll go out there. We'll be like the way that football is like a warrior is the way like Jose Menendez described.
Starting point is 00:10:13 Like why when he was molesting his kids that that's what the Greeks and the Romans did. And that's right. Football's gay and like a like a Greek warrior type of way. But I mean the play doesn't start until a man puts his hands in another man's ass. Right in the taint. No, the taint. It's a taint. The taint's more personal. If it was the ass, it'd be, it'd be less personal. His fingers are touching his balls for god's sake.
Starting point is 00:10:33 It's taint. Yeah. It's the guy's... It's right in it. ...centers actually have like, perineum problems because of constantly getting hit in the taint. I swear to God, they actually have like urinary issues and shit. Smacked with their knuckles. Because they're constantly a thousand million times in their life they've been hit in the fucking head.
Starting point is 00:10:48 By a grown man. Who's his friend. Which is just weird. They talk about UFC being gay, but at least those guys aren't going and getting, they're not getting naked and showering together after. That's different, that's homoerotic. That's like.
Starting point is 00:11:03 Yeah, this is a gay gang bang Well, this is like two gay teeth. This is like gay West side story is what football is. Whereas UFC is like a battle to see who's going to get inside who first. That's what that is. That's a different, that's, that's like, it's unbelievable. That's almost like a, like a weird male rape fantasy, like the fucking UFC, whereas football's just obviously extremely, extremely good. I can't get, dude, I watched the Ravens game, and Chris Collinsworth was saying just like, it seemed like he was trying to create new ways to say the gayest shit possible.
Starting point is 00:11:40 I think everything in football, no matter what you do, it comes out sounding like that, because every terminology is deep and penetration and on the guy and in the guy, in the hole, look at him, he's hitting a hole. Everything sounds extremely, extremely gay. It sounds like a, almost like a gay parody. Like a gay parody is what it sounds like. Like somebody was, it's ridiculous.
Starting point is 00:12:07 So, I don't know. Fascinating. So, Mark gets held back in the third grade. I don't know, maybe it's because his dad got murdered, I'm not sure, but. Perhaps he's a- That's about the type. Perhaps he's got a case of the sads, man.
Starting point is 00:12:19 I think so. He might need a doc. Dad got stabbed to death. But he made it his goal when he got to high school to rejoin his class, like to take extra shit so he can graduate when he should've graduated. That's what he said. So he did a lot of virtual school over the summer.
Starting point is 00:12:34 This is the first, this is the first guy we've ever had on Crime and Sports that's young enough to do virtual school. We've had Ty Cobb on here. You know what I mean? Yeah, we told him about virtual school. Huh? To Ty Cobb on here. You know what I mean? We told him about virtual school. He'd call us horrible names. He'd call us gay in a very angry action. He'd probably call us Marys, so it'd be less mean actually. A couple of Marys,
Starting point is 00:13:00 I guess, whatever. So he did a lot of that. He went from starting the school as a junior, starting school year as a junior in the class of 2016, and then was moved up to a senior in the class of 2015 once his virtual school credits went into effect. Incredible. Which are virtual school credits, which probably mean about as much as like arcade game Double Dragon credits probably, I think.
Starting point is 00:13:29 It's our, I mean, How much is your devri certificate? Yeah. You don't even have to, someone else could have done it for you. Yeah, right. We don't know what the fuck you're doing. How the fuck they know? So as a high schooler here, he was, he went to Booker T. Washington and led them to a
Starting point is 00:13:43 state title as a senior so a State title in Florida football is big time down there a lot of the people come from down there They play all year round and it's a big fucking deal in his senior year. He had 1,472 rushing yards and 22 touchdowns So he's a he's a bad man. He's kicking some ass high school. yeah. Yeah, there's an article from August 29th, 2014 where they're just gushing over him in the Miami Herald. Oh my God. They said the uncertainty led to star running back Mark Walton transferring to Central in
Starting point is 00:14:18 January a key blow to any chance Booker T had of winning a third consecutive state championship, but it didn't take long for the tornadoes to spiral back into control. Walton referred back to Booker T in February, or transferred back to Booker T in February, despite the initial doubts his mother had about the school's coaching situation. Oh. Wow, he's so good that he goes to different schools based on coaches.
Starting point is 00:14:42 Mom's questioning of the coaches. Imagine telling your parents, I don't trust the coaching at this place. I think they go, shut the fuck up. This is where the bus comes. Go to that school. Do what you're told. I can't get you to any other school.
Starting point is 00:14:54 Sorry. Walton said this, quote, like LeBron James, home is where home is. And it was time for me to come back to home. I missed it over here at Booker T. Oh, he's LeBron James. He's like 17 and he's like, like LeBron James, like get the fuck out of here, bro. I'm just like him. You're a child. Yeah. That's the other thing. So they said a month later, Harris made the jump. So that's Harris different guy. Oh wow. That Tim Harris Jr. Oh my God. He with Tim Harris jr. who was the defensive tackle for the for the
Starting point is 00:15:29 Packers in the 80s and 90s to me as his kid I think that's what they're mentioning yeah he was a great player here they say he didn't like being at Central Walton said I didn't like it over there at all it's a great program but I didn't feel comfortable Booker T is where my heart is. We won two championships over here. I'm glad I'm going back." So he's ready to go here. They said, though, that they're having Walton, who
Starting point is 00:15:55 said he wants to be the best running back to ever come out of Booker T, lead the way. This season also helps. Walton said, I know I got to stay healthy, do whatever I can do to keep my team on the right track to the national championship and just try to be the best running back to ever come out of Booker T. I know I'm ready for it. I just want my team to get ready for it also. So if these guys don't fuck me up, already his attitude is terrible for a high school player.
Starting point is 00:16:23 Terrible. Get the tackle on, maybe we'll be okay. Wow. And that's what he says to the press. Imagine what he, that's him being humble. Imagine what he's like in school. Imagine what he's like at a party. Insufferable. An insufferable, arrogant asshole.
Starting point is 00:16:39 They say in 2014 in December, Miami Herald has a headline that says, Walton dazzles to close shortened career. They're just talking about how fucking great he is. He said, I talked to my counselor early in the year and she told me that I had enough credits that I would be able to graduate at the end of the year. He said, I talked to a few people, including my coach, and just decided I wanted to go for it.
Starting point is 00:17:01 They all said they would support me 100% and be behind me 100% with my decision, so I just ran with it. So they said he has a 3.4 GPA. Not bad. Which means that he has no excuse for his future dipshit behavior whatsoever. Yeah, fairly intelligent fellow. That's a pretty, yeah, if you can get a 3.4 GPA, you're decently a smart person. You know what you're supposed to be doing. You know right from wrong, that's for sure. You knew you had to have your homework done.
Starting point is 00:17:28 That's a slot above me in the high school rankings. You knew what was due when. Yup, you knew what was up. He said that he thought about it and yeah, that's what he's thinking. He says that, but now I'll be able to go into college a year earlier, but there was a lot of soul searching early on, But my teammates also supported me now I'm looking forward to coming back to my school someday to talk to the young guys to tell them what I about what I did I would oh we will pay you to go back to high school and tell them all of your and
Starting point is 00:17:58 Describe this episode to matter of fact never mind. We won't pay How do we get this episode to all the people of your high school? We'll tell them what you did. Without you. Yeah. We'll tell them what you did. How about that here? They said that they think he's gonna go, he made a verbal commitment to the University of Miami.
Starting point is 00:18:15 So he definitely wants to be an asshole, if at all possible. And after he made a touchdown in this high school game, he made the U sign with his hands. So. Oh, for heaven's sake. He's doing that. January 2015 he's looking forward to becoming a hurricane. Is that right? Yeah well he's born in Miami, raised down there. Place for the tornadoes may as well run over.
Starting point is 00:18:36 Fuck it right? Yeah hurricane. Natural progression right? Hurricanes it's more predictable, it's bigger. None of this tornado popping up going away bullshit. Ocean tornado. Right? So he became, he said he was a fan his whole life so it was an easy choice. He said no matter what record we had, what record we finished with, I was always a University of Miami fan. Edgeron James was my favorite player. Oh, is that right?
Starting point is 00:18:59 Yeah. He's also a way better running back than you. He is. That's the thing. He said he got a chance to meet Edgeren James at the Florida State game on November 15th, and he said he didn't know I was committed, and he asked me what position I played. I told him running back.
Starting point is 00:19:12 He started telling me this is a great place for you. You've got the ability to change your family's life. In other words, they'll pay you in college, is what he's saying. Yeah, yeah, if you work hard, you can make a fuckin' living here. You get a lot of yards, no matter how you got them. Yeah, I get some money.
Starting point is 00:19:28 You can do it. That's what he said. I said, did you regret going to University of Miami? And he said, not at all. That's a decision he made, and it was the best decision he made in his whole life, and it helped change his whole life. So he wants to follow Wright, Nedger and James' footsteps, you know, 20
Starting point is 00:19:46 years later or whatever, 15 years later. So he says he's gonna do it. He said that's been his dream school since he was little. He does have visits lined up to go to Louisville, West Virginia and Georgia, but he said that, you know, that's just in case he has to turn to a Plan B. He's like, they'll take me there and have their and have like cheerleaders fuck me. So I'm going to go to those schools. I'm going to check out the trim in Louisville, West Virginia and Georgia first. See what they got going on. And I'll be back. He said, the reason I'm going to the university of Miami is because I feel like me coach
Starting point is 00:20:22 ice coach ice. Who the fuck is that? coach golden and Offensive coordinator James Coley have a great relationship being around them. I love their energy. I think we have a great Relationship more than any coach that is recruiting me So he the coaches he likes the coaches so his high school numbers 2769 yards 45 touchdowns 35 catches 462 yards because he didn't play the whole time. Yeah. So he's doing that he's ready to go. Tim Harris jr. said about him I see a little bit of Duke Johnson in him but in
Starting point is 00:21:01 all honesty without the track speed Duke has, which is not as fast. You know. But less impressive and good. Less useful. He said, I see a little Quentin Portis with the patience, the running, the vision, then you see the explosiveness of Willis McGahey when he was there. So he's saying.
Starting point is 00:21:22 So he's picking all these small guys. Well he is, he's only 510. So he's going to be a I mean you know your best your best case is a Clinton Portis. Yeah I guess an Emmett Smith. Emmett Smith was only 510. You could be him but James is only six foot though when he's not a big guy either. He's a little guy. Yeah. He said Harris Jr. said being in our system he has an opportunity to add to his game as a receiver. That dynamic of him taking it to that offense down there can help them open up even more.
Starting point is 00:21:48 Again, gay. He's gonna head on down there and help open them up even more, man. It's gonna be, he's gonna be wide-gate, baby. Gate the shit out. He said for us, there was many times he lined up at receiver in one-on-one situations. He's gonna be the receiver of a one-on-one.
Starting point is 00:22:03 He's gonna take it. Yeah, he's the catcher here for sure. He's confident that he can be an outside threat while also being a running back. And he said that Walton can handle all phases. He said he can run outside, he can pound you. He can pound you. He can go balls deep. Balls off your taint, baby. Unbelievable. And he can run it inside as well. Right up the gut as they say in football.
Starting point is 00:22:29 Getting the guts. Oh man, he said at the end of the day, Mark's a playmaker who wants it on his back when things get tough. He wants it on his back. Your whole load, he'll take it right on his back. I quit. You know what I mean? I can't believe it.
Starting point is 00:22:44 That's what I mean. They can't believe it. That's what I mean. They're saying the craziest things. We didn't say that in the beginning to set this up by the way. This is just, it just, it's how they talk. That was literally so organic. Then the next line's even fucking worse somehow. Oh no. Is it sticky? And piggyback's on it so much worse and I used piggyback as definitely a purpose there. So he's a playmaker who wants it on his back when things get tough. Then he said, you can't coach that in kids. No, you shouldn't either, probably.
Starting point is 00:23:16 It's illegal, I think. He definitely can. Morally, legally, it's all wrong, man. I think you go to jail for that. There's a whole separate wing for guys. I think you go to jail for that. There's a whole separate wing for guys. Holy shit. Yeah, you'll get beat up for that. Fuck man.
Starting point is 00:23:32 Yeah, it's not good. He said, the big games we had this year, Mark was that calming factor, not only for the players but even us, the guys on the coaching staff. He keeps everybody calm. He fluffs them up, keeps them calm. There were some games he would come to me and say, coach, don't worry about it. We're in tough situations. Give it to me. I've got it. I'll take it right on my back. I would tell him they're stacking the box. You're not going to be able to do much. He would say, coach, I got it.
Starting point is 00:23:59 I'll figure out how to run against them. That happened in two of our toughest games at the end of the season. Our trusting him and believing in him with his growth over the years. He's made sure to make those things pay off. So, god damn it. He's going to be taking it all over his back. They didn't say this shit 10, 20 years ago. They did though. Not this bad. They did, man. It's always been like that, I really. We just see it so much now.
Starting point is 00:24:25 We just see so much football. It's overwhelming. That's got to be what it is, right? Because you didn't watch every game before. Now you watch it every fucking day. They somehow figured out how to get it on seven days a week. And if there's a really good clip of it, you'll see it a hundred times on social media whereas before, they're not going to replay that for you so there's not good
Starting point is 00:24:45 you know Chris Berman wasn't gonna do like the plays of the week and listen to this guy talk about obvious anal sex between two football players that's not gonna be part of the highlights every fucking innuendo possible oh fuck so Walton says here from my conversations with Brad Kaya, I know he wants to change it around. I just want to go in Want to go in and out? And out and in and out and in and out and in and out and in and out Bring the team together as a family and just let these guys know we've got a win It's time for the University of Miami to be back. Let's bring more energy
Starting point is 00:25:22 Let's start winning get all all the negativity out. Make our fans happy. Do it the right way and win. Do it the right way. So 2015, he is going to be taking it all over his back with Miami. Miami goes eight and five that year. So not great. And it looks like that Al Golden, who he had such a great relationship with, got fired in the middle of the year. So, his one guy's four and three and then another guy comes in, he's four and two. So, doesn't work out very well. Kaia is the quarterback by the way.
Starting point is 00:25:54 Who's that? Exactly, that's a college quarterback. He probably a very successful insurance salesman in Miami now I bet, that's what he does. He might be the best regional manager of Best Buy in the area. Absolutely. Or he's doing like, you know,
Starting point is 00:26:09 some regional sports network broadcasting or some bullshit like that. But either way, he doesn't seem, I'm looking at his stats, 16 touchdowns, five picks. Looks like they were mainly a running team here. They didn't have anybody on that roster that I can see. Who else did they have? Yeah, this team is not a stack team. When you look at the I'm looking at the roster and going Yeah, that record sounds about right because I don't know any of these fucking
Starting point is 00:26:33 people at all. Anyway, Mark, on the other hand, he plays in 13 games as a as a freshman, which is terrific. Yeah, 13 games, 129 attempts, 450 rushes. He only averages 3.5 yards a carry. Looks like he has nine touchdowns, though. So maybe he was a short yardage or goal line type of guy. Possible. Also, 22 receptions for 293 yards. And yeah, that's it.
Starting point is 00:26:59 I don't think he did any kick return. Oh, he did do kick returning. He did 17 kick returns for 300 yards, 17.6 per. So they're using him anyway. 2016 comes around, so that's the 2015 season. 2016 season, before the season, April 24th, 2016, he is arrested. Let's get this started off hot here.
Starting point is 00:27:20 Is that right? Oh yeah, we're 26 minutes in, there's been a murder and he's already arrested. And grace has happened. It's a mess. We still miss grandma and our brother. He's already arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, of course, and with a suspended license. Why not? Why not? If you're going to drive shit-faced, why have a license anyway? He's already done enough things to have his license suspended.
Starting point is 00:27:44 That's what I mean. He's already a terrible driver this leads to the Hurricanes to suspend him from the team indefinitely They're trying to get their you know, they're trying to get their image right and they're like this fucking jerk off Yeah, have you heard about what we did in the 90s and early 2000s? We look like schmucks already This is this is really they have there's multiple documentaries about us. We got to get this right They have a whole movie network just dedicated to making shit about us we got to stop this So they said that Walton was going through the booking process Saturday It was unclear whether he would make his initial court or peer appearance or whether he retained an attorney whether he would make his initial court appearance or whether he retained an attorney. Meanwhile, the DUI and suspended license citations may only be part of Walton's legal issues
Starting point is 00:28:30 going forward. Why? A person familiar with the situation told the Associated Press that Walton was also under investigation for impersonating a law enforcement officer. Why? Why do they always do that? How many times? That's got to be the most common like weird charge that we get like obviously there's domestic violence the driving
Starting point is 00:28:49 Ship but out of like weird charges. We've had that happen like 20 times I'm three or four times. Yeah one time the guy pulled over the cops. That's what I mean. Yes It's almost like I was old and Polynesia. I think yeah Yeah, that's almost like they were think they're so important they're like, no, no, no, you don't understand. Yeah, I'm bigger than you. They're like when they caught little kid Joe Pesci selling cigarettes, or Henry Hill selling cigarettes in the back of fucking- It's all right.
Starting point is 00:29:18 It's all right. No, no, it's all right. It's all right. What do you mean it's all right? Who would you get permission from, your mother? That's what it feels like. It's all right. It's all right. It's all right. You don't understand. Hot shot Australian attorney Nicola Gabba

In a quiet suburb, a community is shattered by the death of a loving wife and mother. But this tragic loss of life quickly turns into something even darker. Her husband had tried to hire a hitman on the dark web to kill her.
Starting point is 00:30:41 And she wasn't the only target. Because buried in the depths of the internet is the Kill List, a cache of chilling documents containing names, photos, addresses and specific instructions for people's murders. He turns to a journalist for help. That's me, Carmilla. Kill List is a true story of how one writer uncovers a global conspiracy, taking matters into his own hands to warn those whose lives are in danger. That's a third degree felony, by the way. And they said, we are aware. This is someone from the university here. The athletic director said, we are aware of the situation regarding Mark Walton.
Starting point is 00:31:36 We have taken immediate action by suspending him from the team. OK, they said he had bloodshot and watery eyes and was slurring his speech when they stopped him, of course Super late at night past midnight on Friday night Obviously 4 p.m. Oh in the arrest affidavit the police said Walton nearly fell when asked to walk to the back of the vehicle That's not good. That's so drunk. This is like a think about it as far as athletes go This is a top 1% athlete. He's a running back. His balance is incredible Like oh my god. Yeah, you can bounce is off of a 250 pound guy can hit him and he'll he won't fall down like no
Starting point is 00:32:13 That's good balance. He reassesses and figures out his center of gravity And quickly stretches his legs in a split second to get back on can't walk to the back of the vehicle though in a split second to get back on his feet. Can't walk to the back of the vehicle though. 13 foot walk, almost walked. He could have like leaned on the car, put his hand on it as he went, nothing still. Man, that is wild, he nearly fell. Then breath test showed that his blood alcohol levels
Starting point is 00:32:38 were lower though, they were 0.059 and 0.06, which are low, so they think that it's probably a pill situation, possibly, because he's slurring and stumbling. So two beers and some pills, you are fucked. There is very little better than a glass of wine and a Xanax. That is a fantastic evening. But more than that is a problem. No, no, no, yeah.
Starting point is 00:33:05 I'm not moving. One drink and people will take whatever. Yeah, that is like, hey, you're going to good night's sleep tonight. So you bet. This is rough. Also, those are under the state thresholds for DUI, but he's only 19 years old. So you can't do that at all. Under 21, there's a threshold of 0.02.
Starting point is 00:33:22 So you can have some in Florida. In the state of Florida, even though it's not legal to drink till you're 21, there's a threshold of.02. So you can have some in Florida. In the state of Florida, even though it's not legal to drink till you're 21, you can drive with some alcohol in your system apparently. What the fuck is that law, Florida? Jesus Florida. What the fuck? I think there's a what the fuck Florida can just go across the board. What are you doing?
Starting point is 00:33:41 WT Florida. That's it. I don't want to hear shit about be nice. There's a hurricane. There's always a hurricane. There's always a hurricane. I feel bad. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:33:51 Doesn't matter. I'm not happy about it. Not happy. But doesn't mean it doesn't mean you get to let children drink. That's the thing. That's no excuse. Drive and drive. What is that?
Starting point is 00:34:01 Fucking black mold in my brain is no excuse So he emerged from the spring practice atop the team's depth chart at running back He's supposed to be the starter this year, too Which would have put him on pace to be the starter and they said that he's now he's it's uncertain That's completely uncertain what happens they Miami kicked a kicker off the team just last month for getting a DUI This guy that's a kicker. You're gone. If you're a good running back. Let's talk about it. How about a suspension? That's and Hmm, that's a wild thing too, because the kickers you're usually your highest point scorer, you know what I mean? Oh, yeah, that's the guy that puts the most points up. So you need a good one. Yeah Okay, Prater does great and he's a fucking alcoholic. Sebastian Janikowski was drunk all, we did
Starting point is 00:34:48 an episode about him for fuck's sake. He's a mess but didn't matter. He's also from Poland or something so. Prater's just some dick from Detroit that goes to fucking rehab. He's not, I don't know where he's from but it seems Midwest the way he's written. Sure, Indiana or something maybe Fucking loves booze. So July 14th 2016 the charges get dropped Okay, this is interesting. Mark Walton tells his side of the arrest Okay, his attorney blasts the city of Miami for its conduct against this poor poor young man here for arresting him They asked Walton about it and he said, quote, it's been tough.
Starting point is 00:35:27 He said, I stuck with God and my family and my lawyers. He's already a huge monster asshole. I'm just grateful that everything comes out. I'm happy to be back on the University of Miami campus. So his attorney, Joey McCall, told reporters gathered here that Walton was the victim of a setup involving police and a woman who accused him of assault and impersonating a police officer. His lawyer alleges that Walton was, quote, lured by police to the woman's home based on unsubstantiated and unobserved information and when Walton arrived
Starting point is 00:36:05 police quote had to find a reason to arrest him for something well it's a good thing he was driving in a condition where he couldn't even fucking walk hey guess what yeah we were wondering what we were gonna arrest him for fucking problem solved he's shit-faced he just drove here and then he showed up with no license and happened to also be under the influence. That's easy. So he obviously can't drive and he's not real good at walking either.
Starting point is 00:36:29 So he's going to jail. So he was never charged with impersonating an officer or assault, citing a lack of evidence. The state opted not to prosecute him for DUI and dropped a charge of driving with a knowingly suspended license because Walton was compliant, commenting that any person in a similar situation would have been afforded the same benefit.
Starting point is 00:36:50 He was immediately reinstated to the football team from indefinite suspension as soon as the charges were dropped. Wow. That's all they were waiting for. They said that the article says, as far as why Walton was involved in the whole mess to begin with, there are three versions of the story, two of them similar and then there's Walton's version, which is obviously, you know, based on a lot of lawyers and university people getting together to figure out a good version.
Starting point is 00:37:15 And his own interests. So the Miami police report said that a man who claimed to be an off duty police officer assaulted a woman and asked her for a date, which is a strange approach. Pow! You wanna go out with me sometime? That's a weird... I mean, unless they're actively looking for a pimp, that's a very strange approach to a lady, I think.
Starting point is 00:37:35 This is very interesting. In a written statement to police, the woman said she was frightened throughout and feared she would be raped by the man, whom she said grabbed her wrists and turned her against her car to arrest her, then assaulted her. Felt her up, I guess, in some way. The version that McCall told Wednesday as Walton, this is the lawyer, Walton's lawyer, was that Walton was nearly hit by a car that was swerving all over the road. Now there's another car involved that's swerving all over the road. And signaled this crazy driver to pull over. And wound up, this is hilarious by the way,
Starting point is 00:38:13 wound up following her to her home to make sure she arrived safely. He was just concerned for the young lady's safety because obviously she- Because she drives wild. She wasn't in a safe condition to drive. They literally said that. Wow.
Starting point is 00:38:28 They said when he was arrested, he feared for his life as well. Okay. Okay, you, wait a second. Your story is that somebody was swerving. You somehow without police, any accoutrement, not a badge, not a light swirling, somehow got her to pull over.
Starting point is 00:38:51 And then after that, you decided, being such a good Samaritan, by the way, this is in the middle of the night. You decided in the middle of the night to be a good Samaritan and just follow this poor, wayward young lady back to her home to make sure she arrives safely. And you're expecting people to buy that. What a guy. You weren't trying to get laid at all. That never, no. You're a young guy, never tried to get laid.
Starting point is 00:39:14 Superman. Saving society. Walton's attorneys released the media text to the media text messages purporting to show a conversation between Walton and the accuser before he arrived at her house. Well, how the fuck do you have her phone number and you texting if you just pulled her over to the side of the road? The accuser's text said, well, my girl's just left, so you're going to pick me up. And he said, you want to hang with me?
Starting point is 00:39:41 LOL, you sure if I drink, will call you sure if i drink i will call my driver to drive us and then she said the question is can you hang with me and he said lol sure if i drink i will call my driver to drive i don't think this is real by the way for some reason he then they said fine that's fine we can take an uber if anything but hurry because being alone I can pass out and then he said uber to me and I will take you back Which makes neither of their stories seem plausible no by the way It's kind of dick move in it uber to me uber to me. Yeah, you Over here, yeah, and then I'll take care of you later. He didn't even say I'll get you an uber He said over to me. He's not even willing to pay
Starting point is 00:40:29 The fucking uber yeah, fuck me and figure out how to get you home. It's Cod pussy that he's never gonna pay for That's wild that is that's that's some entitled shit right there some title football player shit But how is his story that he just flagged down some wayward driver, but yet they were Everybody sounds like they're lying him the cops are all of them his lawyer especially Walton said he was thinking about quote my whole life Everything I've worked for was going down the drain as he was arrested and he said police wouldn't tell him why he was being arrested Or taken to jail He hopes his reputation can be restored. Well by the end of this episode you will have no reputation, sir
Starting point is 00:41:14 He said I'm thankful to be back on the team I'm happy all this is over with my biggest thing about this whole situation is the dirt they put on my name The things they said that were said about me. Hopefully people don't look at me the same way. Oh no. The thing is, man, nobody's got a story that jives with the other story. That's it. Not even close. No one knows anything that happened at all. No. Least of all the cops.
Starting point is 00:41:36 Yeah. From what I understand from the police report, you were stumbling and falling down, going to the back of the car. That's all I know at this point. So, and I don't know if that's true either. So 2016 Miami, they're nine and four, which is again, real great here. He has a good year though. So good for him. I mean, he's decent year. He let's see here, 13 games, 209 attempts, 1117 yards. Yeah, terrific. 5.3 a carry now. That's there we go. That's big time. 14 touchdowns. Down in two runs. That's terrific. Averaging about 86 yards a game. Also at 27 receptions.
Starting point is 00:42:13 So I mean, not too shabby at all. 2017 though, March 3rd, 2017 after that season before the next season, his mother dies from a stroke. Oh stroke. Yep, his mom dies from a stroke so that's not good. Now everybody's dead. Yeah. He's only 20. I mean that's this is he's not even 20 yet. He'll be 20. Three brothers and sisters left that's all. That's it I think. So March or April 6th 2017 they say Miami's Mark Walton is focused fierce and excelling amid family struggles. It's a fluff piece and a half man. His coach called him a machine. They're talking about how great he is. He just turned 20. He's a soft-spoken young man off the field which is hilarious when you see
Starting point is 00:43:02 the videos later Jimmy. I'm gonna show you and everybody that you'll hear. But he talks as fast as he runs and he doesn't waste words. And he said the media was allowed access to Walton, a rising junior on Thursday and gently asked him about his mother's death. Kimberly Rogers succumbed to a stroke and Walton, who had already lost his father when he was in elementary school, has been supported by his coaches and teammates. He said, I give my hats off to them, which is not how you say that at all. Either give a tip of the cap or you take your hats. He mixed up some metaphors there.
Starting point is 00:43:36 I give my hats off to them. It sounds like he's a foreigner. Sounds like Balke Bartokomis making this. I give my hats off to you. Sounds like Balke Bartokamis making this. I give my hats off to you. He said they gave me some time off when I was going through that moment to be around my family, my inner family, back home. When I got back here, I was all ready to go. Them guys, they cheer me up every day and just try not to make me think about things. But I'm going to be good regardless.
Starting point is 00:44:04 He's going to be good regardless. He's gonna be alright. His offensive coordinator said that you know even though they don't have a lot of halfbacks on the roster that are very good this year they're counting on him to be the fucking man. We need him. His coach said obviously you want to be conscious of a very talented guy like that but honestly he's a competitor and if I tried to hold him back he probably wouldn't let me anyway. I love that about him. He jumped right back in and got right back into the whole system here. So Walton said about a different guy, another running back. Travis is also a great running back. There are some
Starting point is 00:44:34 little things he needs to work on like being patient a little bit. You know, not as good as me, but he's good. Where's that Clinton Portis? Where's that? That was his high school coach calling him that. Right, but he's not being very... No, no. What's the word? Magnanimous?
Starting point is 00:44:50 Patient? Yeah, he needs patience. He said, but overall I think he's going to be a hell of a player. That's the other running back Walton's talking about. 2017, they're 10-3 the Hurricanes this year. Oh. So, yeah, they got... Every year we win one more.
Starting point is 00:45:03 They got Malik Rozier as their quarterback this year So different quarterback will do it and that helps him out a lot. How's he doing? I've never heard of him after that. So Again, the best he is the number one car dealer The number one salesman in all of South Florida at this point in all for all Localized Toyota dealerships. He's the number one guy. The biggest American family insurance office in Pensacola.
Starting point is 00:45:30 Yeah, fuck. So Walton has injured a lot this year. Only plays in five games with 56 rushing attempts. Oh no. 428 yards. He averages 7.6 a carry, so when he's in there, it's great. But he's right on it. He's not doing much, man. Yeah, December 18th. He declares for the NFL draft. He said he's played his final game. He's been banged up in college enough. Basically, can't play my senior year if
Starting point is 00:45:57 I could barely get to junior shit. Nope. He's had an ankle injury. That's the problem. He said, I'd like to thank coach Mark Richt, coach Thomas Brown and the entire staff for believing in my ability and for the opportunity to take part in this outstanding program. Not only did they help me become a better football player, but they also helped me to become a better version of myself. Is that right? About six, eight months from now, they're going to be saying, don't give us credit for anything off the field,. Jesus Christ to my teammates who've stood by me thank you for the hard efforts that collectively have made us the
Starting point is 00:46:31 success we've been this season. Lastly I'd like to thank the fans for always supporting us through the good times and the bad. He was injured at Florida State during a Miami win. And he totaled 2006 career rushing yards, 26 touchdowns in less than three seasons. So there's that. And yeah, they wanna go. He said, as many of you have already heard, I decided to pursue my dream and enter the 2018 NFL draft.
Starting point is 00:47:00 I'm excited to begin the next chapter in my life. And I hope you all continue to support me on this journey He just had a baby Milana Milani Nicole her name is at this point too. So now he's got a kid There you go. He is He's gonna be in the draft his prospect info here his grade I think this is out of ten is 5.9 oh on this yeah prospect website five fucking games this junior year and he's gonna declare and expect
Starting point is 00:47:32 to be going high yes and they have his his rankings as compared to other running backs in the combine as well we're concentrating on some sports now because there's none later so So this is all there is his His production score. I don't know what that is. That was a 70 and has cut the rank among running backs is 13th there Athleticism score which seems important Yeah, that is a 62 which ranks 28th amongst running backs Okay, and then his total score is 69 which is ranks 18th amongst running backs. Okay. And then his total score is 69, which ranks 18th among running backs.
Starting point is 00:48:09 40 yard dash is 4.6 seconds, which is, I mean, great if we could do it, but for an NFL running back, for a smaller guy, they like you to be a little faster, unless you're a big bruiser or something. If you're a little guy, you gotta be able to run. If you can get to top speed quick, who cares? But that's great, but if you take a while to get there, that's not good.
Starting point is 00:48:31 And they say the overview here says that he's a fluid combo back with the ability to compete for committee carries and third down snaps. So he's not in every down back, they're saying right away. No. Yeah. His 2016 tape gives a better indication of his quickness since he was nursing an ankle injury for much of the time he played this year. His indecisiveness
Starting point is 00:48:50 as an interior runner should be taken into account when offensive coordinators decide to use him. Then they said, strengths short but stout, has thick powerful lower body, runs with knees, knee bent and balance balance loose hips can rotate to find sharp cutback opportunities finds yardage for himself when blocking isn't there more decisive and confident than working from dotted I owe that formation able to hug run lane tight when needed good acceleration to the corner touchdown maker drops pads and gets forward to lean into first contact, effective attacking linebackers out of the backfield.
Starting point is 00:49:29 Then it says weaknesses, way too much dancing as an offset back. Yeah, if you're going to be a little stout guy, you got to go right to the hole here. You got to be like Joe Frazier's left hook. It can't be any wasted movement. Shows distrust of the blocking plan and will void the rush track early. So he'll give up on a play before blocking develops. Takes long looks for a clear point of entry rather than finding the crease. Vision and decisiveness as inside runner are below average.
Starting point is 00:49:55 Big runs come from bouncing wide. Run strength is average. Uses gather step pre-cut rather than plant and go, delaying downhill burst. Long strider for a short back not overly explosive on lateral jump cuts coming off of season ending ankle surgery so doesn't sound like the top fucking not good guy here that there ever has been 2018 nfl draft jimmy number one draft pick this happened while we we've we've been doing this show for more than two years when this happened Sam Darnold Baker Mayfield that year. Yeah, Shaquam Barkley Sam Darnold three that year
Starting point is 00:50:37 Okay, so I was in the right year. I was a bad guess. I wasn't insulting the guests at all Baker Cleveland yeah I wasn't a bad guess. I wasn't insulting the guests at all. Cleveland, yeah? Yes, he went to Cleveland. Yeah, that's right. Shaquan Barkley to the Giants. Was that when they gave up on? Yes, 2018, moving on.
Starting point is 00:50:54 They told him to go fuck himself. They gave up on him, I think, 2016. You tiny little fuck, we're done. Yep. We got Sam Darnold, Denzel Ward, Bradley Chubb, Quinton Nelson. Who's number two? Shaquan Barkley, the running back. Oh, he's so good.
Starting point is 00:51:09 God damn. He's good now, of course, once the Giants get rid of him. Now he's good. Great. Now that he's with Philly? Yeah, fucking little whiner shitbag. I loved him as a player, but everything hurts. Oh, I go to Philly.
Starting point is 00:51:22 I feel great now. I'm fine. Get the fuck out of here. Chubb's a good player, too. Chubb, OK. He's a very good player. Yeah, Denver, Qu everything hurts. Oh, I go to Philly. I feel great now. I'm fine The fuck out of you. Chubb's a good player too. Chubb, okay, he's a very good player. Denver got him, right? Yeah, Denver, Quinton Nelson, Indianapolis, he's a guard. Josh Allen, Buffalo. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:51:33 Then Ben Slide linebacker. Josh Rosen for the Cardinals, number 10. Oh, no! He's not in the league anymore. No! He, out of this entire first round, there are three guys who aren't in the league anymore and he's one of them. Wow. Because it's only six years ago.
Starting point is 00:51:49 What quarterbacks were drafted after him? After him we have, let's see, I'm going a safety, a bunch of people still in the league, which is excellent. Yeah. Only wide, only quarterback taken other than those guys in the draft that year was Lamar Jackson at the end of the first round. No fucking way. Could have had Lamar Jackson.
Starting point is 00:52:09 They picked Rosen over Jackson. It's Rosen, Billy Price and Sony Michael or Mikel. Michelle. Michelle are the only three guys not in the league anymore who are still there. Yeah, Sonya Michelle got a ring with the fucking Patriots. Patriots, yep. And that's a two running back, or running back a quarterback and a center are the three guys. Un-fucking-believable. That is pretty- Dude, if that doesn't make you give up on your
Starting point is 00:52:39 fucking dreams of anything positive happening in Arizona, shoot yourself in the face. Yeah, you don't know how to pick a quarterback, period. You're bad at happening in Arizona. Yeah. Shits herself in the face. Yeah, you don't know how to pick a quarterback, period. You're bad at it, Arizona. Stop, stop. Drew Rosen. Just stop. Lamar Jackson. They're not good at picking people.
Starting point is 00:52:57 They're really not. Unreal. So yeah, second round going on here. Still not a lot of, not a lot of like big names here I'm looking at in the second round going on here. Still not a lot of, not a lot of like big names here I'm looking at in the second round. Yeah, this is. Not even a Walton?
Starting point is 00:53:11 This 2018 draft is not that impressive. It's not that impressive, no, no. It's not that impressive of a draft. Finally in the fourth round, Cincinnati takes Mark Walton. Wow. They do this with the 112th overall pick they take him. I mean, at least you were drafted, man.
Starting point is 00:53:29 That's the one a lot of people can say. Probably 15 to 18 running backs, which is right where he was ranked. No one's gonna pick him as the fifth running back if he's ranked 18th of all. Those numbers, coaches get fired if they pick those. They make gut calls. And then you're coming off of a bum ankle like it
Starting point is 00:53:46 Yeah, they're taking a chance on you late. They're taking no idea what you're getting here. So yeah, and so he's got this by the way, he also Supports at this point soon as he's drafted he's supporting a one-year-old daughter Also his girlfriend so his family and his 15 year old sister. Viola is also he girlfriend, so his family, and his 15-year-old sister Viola is also he's supporting because his mom died. So he's supporting his sister as well. A lot of pressure, man. A lot of pressure, and he's on the Bengals, which is notoriously the cheapest team in
Starting point is 00:54:16 the league since the beginning of time. And also just- And they don't have Joe Burroughs yet. No. It's not positive in Cleveland. It's not going well at this point. This is bad. They're 6-10 that year. Joe Burrows yet. It's not positive in Cleveland. It's not going well at this point.
Starting point is 00:54:25 There's six and ten that year. This is still Marvin Lewis coaching. Andy Dalton is their starting quarterback. Oh wow. Andy hasn't even gone to Arizona yet. Nope. He started 11 games and then Jeff Driscoll started five games. That tells you something there.
Starting point is 00:54:42 This is Joe Mixon. I said Drew Rosen didn't I? You said Josh. Yeah, this is Joe Mixon. I said Drew Rosen, didn't I? You said Josh, yeah. Josh, yeah. I'll let it go. I've already gotten a tweet or two by now, I'm sure. I'm sure. Angry Cardinal fans.
Starting point is 00:54:55 They're an angry fucking fan base. An angry group. They can't quite get there. With good reason, with good fucking reason. They should be furious. But you know what though, they should have given up on them a long time ago They're not they're not from there
Starting point is 00:55:08 So like unless you're like right teen years old yeah If you're a 48 year old man who's upset about the Cardinals you should have picked another team a before they even move there Right, so you're from yeah Since they fucking been there. They've yeah literally done nothing to make you think that they're a good a good franchise that you deserve They deserve a following. So what the fuck are you doing? Yeah, this is uh, yeah, so the car the Bengals this year not terrific He has in week four Walton has his first five professional carries that year for nine rushing yards They also had that's all he got. That's it. Two receptions for 28 receiving yards.
Starting point is 00:55:48 This whole season he plays in 14 games doesn't start any at all. He has 40 yards on the board. 14 rushing attempts for 34 yards. That's his whole season. He's hardly used at all. He does get a nice penalty here for unsportsmanlike conduct in a game against Oakland, which, you know, they're just being normal. Yeah, you probably got thrown elbow or two against them.
Starting point is 00:56:11 So the season's over, and February 16th, 2019, he's back home in Miami after the season. Of course, he's back home, as we always say, never go home, but he does. And he is arrested late late on a Friday night for a charge of misdemeanor battery after police say that he got into an argument with a couple at his condo so up what I'll beat you and your wife's ass what the hell happened there he already posted bond I guess
Starting point is 00:56:43 they police said that his car was obstructing the entrance to the building's parking garage You know because he owns the world he thinks Another couple in a car trying to get into the garage asked him to move it now Who knows how they asked him we know they said move your shit box or why is this piece of shit in my way? Hey asshole, or yeah, or could you please move your car because we need to get in there We have no idea lives here you fucking jerk. There's a lot of things that could be said. Well, apparently the woman started recording Walton with her phone camera He got real pissed off about that and snatched the phone from her hand The number one thing celebrities don't do is snatch a phone from someone's hand
Starting point is 00:57:22 Don't touch don't do it. So he and the woman then got into a quote tussle, which The woman? Him and the woman, because he just threw her phone. So she tried to get her phone back, and they got into a quote tussle, which is what OJ called fucking beating Nicole, a tussle. Both suffering scratches in the altercation, so they scratched each other's eyes out, him and another woman, which is crazy.
Starting point is 00:57:47 And yeah, that's how that goes. So he's arrested for that. We don't know. So very weird. February 18th, 2019. That is February 16th, 2019. On the 18th, now they're saying he's facing a marijuana possession charge in Florida So yeah, he got into an argument with the couple and did all of that then after police this
Starting point is 00:58:12 The drug cart charge came from a different incident not from then it comes from January 16th a month before that When police said they smelled marijuana and found weed in his car during a traffic stop. This guy gets pulled over way too much. Just a terrible driver. Not a good driver. Miami Herald reports prosecutors did not make the drug charge public until Monday and because he signed up, you know, he said he'd appear in court, ROR. So he posted bond for the battery charge also. So they're talking about it in the video as it comes out here.
Starting point is 00:58:47 Prosecutors have released the video that shows him snatching the phone from a neighbor's hand during this, which is fucking wild. A couple trying to drive in, I guess, asked him to move and they say he ignored her requests so the argument ensued. The woman was in the passenger seat, Paulina Novak, Novak is her name. It's with a W but it's probably a Novak. She started recording with the cell phone as the driver called 911. So the video clip shows Walton cursing and dialing 911 on his phone. He said I'll call them for you
Starting point is 00:59:21 and as he walked away then he grabbed his crotch and said the fuck is wrong with you she got out of her car and walked up to Walton who was talking to why would you get out of your car stay in the fucking car lady was talking to several other men so the woman said who is that and is it okay the clip ends when Walton suddenly grabs the cell phone from her and Miami police said the scuffle broke out at that point here. And his lawyer said that, Hey, listen,
Starting point is 01:01:54 it's working his way through the justice system and we are confident he'll be found innocent of these charges now because this happened in 2019. Jimmy just saw me break out my laptop, and he's very excited here. We have a video of this incident, and you, would you like to hear us talk about this? Oh, man. OK, here we go. More than anything.
Starting point is 01:02:15 It's only a minute 35. Let me make sure my sound is all the way up here. And this is her? This is her that recorded it? This is the cell phone video. Yeah, this is her. The cell phone video of a confrontation in a brick-el parking garage that led to the arrest of former UNF, and Corng's incident This is her that recorded it? This is the cell phone video, yeah. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 01:02:26 Goddamn. Very well-dressed, well-spoken black man narrating your life. Narrating your shenanigans. Yeah. Another dorky white guy. Well, I'm trying to work my way into the booth, Brent. Boy, I can't wait to be an anchor. sound like an elf if I didn't sound like this According to police this is former Miami great
Starting point is 01:03:01 There we go People pulling in Yeah Wow It's a car like an old lady Fourth round Got himself a black Jaguar Right
Starting point is 01:03:18 Flip him off Yup He's making gestures He's making gestures He called the police himself and then he walks away from the car He does have quick in the scouting report they didn't say he had quick hands like that because he's— And now, as evidence in Mark Walton's trial battery, of course, we'll— He will snatch the phone out of your motherfucking hand with the quickness, boy, because he just did that fast.
Starting point is 01:03:55 And that is illegal, right? Oh, you can't take somebody's phone. You can't take that. Fuck no. You can't do that. Hell no you can't do that. That's very illegal. I know in a domestic violence situation,'s that's that will up the Annie
Starting point is 01:04:06 Yeah, because you're already fighting but this is how you can't call for help. But this is it's a stranger. That's worse. I think Maybe so she didn't choose to be around you this person. Oh, so this is fucking crazy, man April 5th 2019 Oh Christ, I'm gonna have to break out the computer again. This is where we got videos here. April 5th, 2019, the Bradenton Herald is talking about him. And he's shot by a taser while arrested this day. Okay. Yeah, here we go. Now it's escalating here. He's arrested for the third time in less than three months, which is a really impressive. That's not good when you're trying to stay on a fucking football team. He surrendered Thursday to face felony charges of carrying a concealed weapon, marijuana possession and reckless driving, stemming from a high-speed car chase that happened
Starting point is 01:04:57 March 12th in North Miami Dade. I think he took that jaguar for a ride. Those are incredible felonies. That's not great According to the court documents after a foot chase, which you're gonna have a hard time catching them. That's one thing You know Officers searched his car and found a half ounce of weed and a nine millimeter carbine rifle He had one that looks good in a video,
Starting point is 01:05:25 you know what I mean? He's like, he's like. But James, those are incredibly scary because they're crazy accurate, insane accurate. And he also has quote, several fully loaded clips. Perfect. That's excellent. Perfect.
Starting point is 01:05:39 The rifle had been legally purchased because obviously it's Florida. And the police officers. It came with the car. Because that's normal, yeah. That's the, when you open a bank account instead of giving you a toaster, they give you that. Here you go. Hold on, wait.
Starting point is 01:05:55 Will you get him several loaded clips, please, to the front? He gets the nine millimeter carbine. He got a CD. He opened up a business account too, so bring more clips. Bring several. The 10 round mags?
Starting point is 01:06:08 Eight of them. Load them. Is there a banana clip to that? Because I think we should give it to this guy. Load them. Load them up. He gets the rounds too. For some reason he was driving a rented BMW even though he has a Jaguar SUV that we know
Starting point is 01:06:23 of. I can't believe how fast he's spending money. I'm terrified for him already. Crazy, he got out of the car and officers ordered him to get on the ground. He got on the ground, then changed his mind, got up and fucking ran away. Shit, there's that carving in there with that weed.
Starting point is 01:06:38 An officer hit him in the back with a Taser, but he pulled out the prongs and took off more. Wow. Yeah, dude's fucking crazy. So April 7th, a couple days later, the Bengals wave him. They're like, that's enough. Two arrests was fine, but three... Pulling the fish hooks out of your own back and running is crazy.
Starting point is 01:06:57 Fucking wild. The coach said, it's important for our team to get off to a fresh start as we begin the 2019 season. For that reason, we felt it best if we move forward without Mark Walton. We hope this situation gets resolved, but we don't want to make anything or take anything away from the good work that so many other players have already begun to demonstrate. Unbelievable situation. The Bengals just told you to get your fucking life together. They
Starting point is 01:07:20 can't even get their team together. Even people in Cincinnati are going to look down on you. And that's saying something. So. We're trying to one up Cleveland here, man. Holy shit. So he's, he's a fucking mess. I think we can, we can all say this guy has got his fucking problems. He's been cut now. This is dangerous. Yeah. He has no idea. He's got no paycheck coming in. No. So he's
Starting point is 01:07:45 bought a Jaguar in a condo and he's, you know, doing all this shit and got lawyers to pay. He's got a kid sister to race. And a fourth rounder probably made 700 grand that year. You think so? Yeah, if he played the whole year, 700 grand because the minimum is like fucking half a million or something. Is it really? Yeah, there's a minimum. Oh my God. So, well yeah, cause the league makes 20 billion dollars, so they have to pay people otherwise they're, yeah. Should probably cough up a check. Part of collective bargaining is you have to pay
Starting point is 01:08:13 a certain amount out to the players. So they're like, I guess we gotta pay this jerk off 700 grand. So he doesn't have much going on. He's probably terrified sitting in his condo while he hides his Jaguar from the repo man, I would assume at this point. He's got nothing going on for himself. He's sitting there.
Starting point is 01:08:31 It might be why he's renting. I know. You got to be thinking, what are the next steps in your career? Where do you go? Where do you go? I mean, it's not like people just come knock on your door and need your help. It's rare. And just then there's a knock on the door everybody. There's a knock on the door and who is it?
Starting point is 01:08:48 It's Vince McMahon, former CEO of WWE and current Netflix documentary superstar. And he says... How is it you've come to arrive here? Oh, I gotta tell you. Listen, no, no, no, I understand. I don't have a job now either. I get it. I get it. Look, look, listen, we're both unemployed, okay?
Starting point is 01:09:17 But I have a plan, okay? I'm gonna, from the ashes of what I've had, I'm gonna rise up like a Phoenix with venereal disease and I'm just gonna, I'm gonna start a new wrestling company. It's a new one. It doesn't have all these rules. Everything's burning. Oh, everything's burning. You're burning, I'm burning.
Starting point is 01:09:38 Several young ladies who I paid a minimal amount of money from last night, they're burning hard. I'll tell you what, but listen to me. I'm gonna start this up. I need good. I need people like you. I need someone who's willing Willing to just snatch the phone out of a stranger's hand and throw it to the ground I need that I need it fish hooks out of your own back fish looks at think about that the cops They're chasing you on you're running. We're gonna do that. That's gonna be your first storyline Hey, you're running and they tase you and you don't even feel it
Starting point is 01:10:05 Yeah, I don't even feel cuz you're strong. You're strong the fear vascular. Oh god. I'll take your share Oh my god, take these overalls take them. Oh, oh god. I'm gonna pee all over the place. I'm coming Who's a squirter he is And he disappears into a cloud of 1099s and lawsuits and documentary releases, other people's blood sweat and tears. And Mark is like, shit, I wanted that job. He's like, fuck, that sounded great. I need it.
Starting point is 01:10:42 I need to pay my bills. Fuck. Fuck, that sounded great. I need it. I need to pay my bills, fuck. So yeah, they thought, the funny thing is that they're like, that's enough though. The Bengals who, you know, they had like Pac-Man before that. Yeah, yeah. And everything of that nature and everything. They had Henry shit.
Starting point is 01:10:59 Yeah, Jesus Christ, man. So yeah, the traffic stopped that this all happened. They said his BMW was speeding and weaving in and out of traffic Then the car abruptly pulled over in the front yard of a home Not on the side of the road or in the driveway It's not like it's a fucking Malfunctioning test no no he's doing he's doing You have to move the wheel back and forth.
Starting point is 01:11:29 He fucking pulled into someone's front yard. Not the driveway, not the curb. He just pulled into someone's grass. And one officer saw him getting out of the car and ordered him to the ground. He fell to the ground. And then they said in the report, he, quote, sprang to his feet and ran off
Starting point is 01:11:45 He's like, why am I doing this? I'm faster than them. Fuck this shit dumb. Yeah So during the chase the guy did shoot him with the taser He dislodged the prongs ran off they found weed in his car and a rifle Several fully loaded clips and all that kind of shit. Like we said Event they immediately fucking cut the guy Which is very fucking interesting. So the Bengals just got a new head coach too, so that's why they're like, nope, the coach is like, don't need this fucking guy from last year. In his press conference, the coach, which just happened before this, he preached character
Starting point is 01:12:23 and accountability. You make me look like an asshole, man. Son of a bitch. So actually, it gave him a chance to show it and go, see, I don't take any shit. They said that it was weird why they even took Walton. They didn't understand it because they said that the best case scenario is once Giovanni Bernard, remember him, he was a good running back.
Starting point is 01:12:44 He was a good running back. Yeah, he was a good running back, yeah. Once his contract ran out, then they said that maybe he was there to replace him. That's all they could think of. Otherwise, they really didn't have any use for them. Yeah. Bernard went to... Did he go to Oakland after that, I think? I don't remember.
Starting point is 01:12:58 Oh, Jesus, I don't even remember. He's a good running back. He had to go somewhere else, right? He was tough. He was tough. So they say he was around for a while. I don't think he's probably still around anymore. Was it? No, not anymore. Six years. No. Running backs. 27, you're dead. You're dead to them. So you might as well
Starting point is 01:13:15 be a 60s rock star. 27, it's over. You're dead. So they said that it looks even worse because Cincinnati never drafted an offensive tackle during that draft and they wasted a fourth round pick on this guy rather than get an offensive lineman that they could have worked into something here. So May 3rd 2019, this is when the tazing video emerges. And as you know, we have that shit. So yeah, yeah. It's fucking wild. So the cops say obviously just look at this.
Starting point is 01:13:48 He gets up and runs away, pulls him out, keeps going. He loses the cops somehow because he's running back. Yeah. But then they just they're like, well, his car is here. And he so let's just stick by this. He rented it. I mean, they'll tell us who rented it when we called it in. It's not like you can't find this fucking guy here. Yeah. So let's find out what he does when he gets tased here. What do you say?
Starting point is 01:14:09 Oh, boy. Yeah. I don't want that. I don't want this. It better not be any fucking. Bernard went to the fucking box, man. God damn it. I got a fucking ad.
Starting point is 01:14:18 OK. He went to what? He went to the box. Oh, that's great. OK, here we go. What was that? TMZ? See ya. Oh, there's a taser. There's a Taser. I'm done. I'm done.
Starting point is 01:14:49 He's Tased. Hey. Oh, because they Tased him over a fence. He's on the other side. Yeah. So he yanks him and takes the fuck off. I love the cop. Don't move.
Starting point is 01:15:08 Taser. Yeah. Ding, ding. Yep. And he took the fuck off again. Wow. So where are we? Oh, here's more.
Starting point is 01:15:17 Okay. Okay. Back to this. That cop being very East LA is my favorite. Even though it's Miami. Don't move. Yeah. All favorite. Even though it's Miami. They'll move it, yeah. All right, ready for eight seven street.
Starting point is 01:15:29 I see one of our jumping fences going through on eight seven street. Stand by. I saw where he ran. He's jumping fences. I saw where he ran. He's in eight seven street between two three and two four. Let him run himself out. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:15:43 He'll get tired eventually. Yeah, I can see him. I see him running. It's all right I'm here with the vehicle. Can you is your cut up? Like this motherfucker's fast he's so fast He's a super human He's so fast. It's like a running back or something. Yeah There's the gun on the floor, that's yeah, it's fucking mean looking There you go, that is him doing that.
Starting point is 01:16:26 What a dick man. An interesting fella man, I'll tell you that. So August 19th, 2019, he's going to be sentenced. He pleads no contest to a misdemeanor weapons charge. Enters the plea and he is sentenced to, you sir, may fuck off, six months probation. Probation for having a carving and a weed. That's fucking wild, man. And he also must take anger management classes.
Starting point is 01:16:57 He also must take driving courses. You're not good at driving, we've decided. Probably should if he was weaving and parked in somebody's front yard. Yep, and he has to give up that firearm as well. Yeah. So other charges, including marijuana possession and reckless driving, were dismissed, and so that's how that works. 2019. I don't understand this at all, but the Miami Dolphins, only because he's a hometown guy, they decide, gotta have him.
Starting point is 01:17:22 Take a chance, man. Let's sign this guy who spent his whole offseason being arrested let's find him this is Miami I'm trying to turn it around yeah they take anything at this point there they're five and eleven this season so take some shit throw it at the wall and see what sticks who fucking Tom Brady kicks our ass twice a year twice a year and we have Ryan Fitzpatrick cuz that's their starting quarterback and guess I liked him by the way guess who their backup quarterback is
Starting point is 01:17:50 Is it is it Josh Rosen Josh fucking Rosen? You absolutely bet your balls. He started a shit pile of money. I'll bet you he started three games Oh, yeah, he did. He was the first top first-round pick. Yeah, he started me $20 million He started three games went went 0-3 of course, 58 for 109 for a 53 completion percentage, which is terrible, one touchdown and five picks. That's why Josh Allen isn't in the league anymore. Oh my God. Or Josh Rosen, not Josh Allen.
Starting point is 01:18:18 Josh Rosen. Yeah, he's very good. Totally different. But in my brain, those two people. Five picks. Dorks named Josh, yeah. Five fucking picks. Was he like 6'4 or something too?
Starting point is 01:18:30 He was a big guy, right? The Rose, and I don't think so. I thought he was a smaller guy. Thought he was a smaller guy. I think that was one of the knocks on him, was he was a smaller guy, I thought. I don't know. I could be wrong.
Starting point is 01:18:41 Could be completely wrong, mixing these guys the fuck up. I'm sure. He's a six foot four guy, dude. He's big. Jesus. Well, Walton plays in seven games, starts four, has 53 rushing attempts for 201 yards this year. Wow.
Starting point is 01:18:58 Do Josh Rosen play in the league till last year? Yeah, yeah. I will get a quarterback. Wow. They'll stick around for a while if they can be a backup, you know what I mean? Yeah. How many guys stick around? So Walton made his first start against the Redskins, ran six times for 32 yards in a loss. He ran, he rushed for 66 yards on 14 carries the next week and that's about it here. So he is going to November 4th, 2019.
Starting point is 01:19:26 He doesn't get a chance to play the whole season because he's suspended for four games. Well, four. For all of his off-season arrests. It all comes down to the NFL. Some reason. They tried to figure it out, huh? In the middle of the game here for violating the NFL's conduct and substance abuse policy.
Starting point is 01:19:40 It's weed, it's not substance abuse. These guys are getting the shit beaten out of them. Let them smoke weed. Just don't let them have fucking. just don't have guns and guns on you at the same time The Dolphins have been in communication with the NFL for several weeks and they were aware a suspension was likely Here so they made a couple of trades to figure this all out to get some people in here He's not allowed to be in the facility or attend meetings during the suspension. He won't practice, play or receive his salary the next four weeks as well. Oh, Walton says he takes full responsibility for his actions. Does he? He has nobody to blame. He's good now. I've not had a people to blame. So I must be good now. It was just
Starting point is 01:20:21 me in the car. So, you know, he said, I want, well, Jason Williams, Williams he fucking just got in the passenger seat blamed somebody else. At least he didn't try to pull that shit. At least he admitted he was driving. Wow he said I want to thank the Dolphins for giving me this opportunity and will make the most of this chance as a person and a player when I return. So there we go. His attorney said that his client had you know he's doing better now and you know, this is just something that happens and it's okay. He's going to be great. Coach Brian Flores of the Dolphins said the conduct of our players is very important and Mark has done everything we've asked of him, both on and off the field since signing with the Dolphins.
Starting point is 01:20:59 He hasn't been arrested since they all as arresting before they signed him. We look forward to having him back at the conclusion of his suspension. Then he said, people deserve a second chance. And he says, I don't judge people based on one incident or two incidents. I mean, there has been three, but that's fine, yeah. He said, I think it's a case by case situation for a player and just people in general.
Starting point is 01:21:20 In other words, it depends on how good you are for our team. It depends on how much the game is riding on your back. Yeah, if you're willing to take it on the back, I'll give it a little more. But no, if you're really, really good, I mean, then there's a sliding scale. Then it's maybe eight situations or nine situations I can't judge you on.
Starting point is 01:21:40 But this guy I'm not sure about here. So November 19th 2019 the Dolphins are gonna release him really and it's for good reason here because while suspended while suspended for all his early season fuckery there yeah he is arrested again and this is an Oh pregnant girlfriend in the head repeatedly. Police in Fort Lauderdale, the suburb of Davie, said in a report that officers went to the home at 4.15 a.m. where Walton's girlfriend told them he had pushed her against the wall and punched her several times in the face and head, leaving her with swollen
Starting point is 01:22:33 lumps all over herself and a big swollen left eye. She told officers she's five weeks pregnant, so she's barely, she probably just told him she was pregnant. Yeah, well, yeah, five weeks. Which is, don't punch a pregnant woman, I don't care if it's five weeks, 35 weeks. He might not have even told her yet. No, no, no. She might not have told him yet.
Starting point is 01:22:49 He knows? Oh yeah, yeah. This wasn't a, that's what I mean. I think that might have been part of it here. She said that she had told Walton about the pregnancy that day. And this is what happened. So, no, this was on an early Tuesday morning, so Monday night, and she had told him about
Starting point is 01:23:08 the baby on Sunday. Uh-oh. Yeah. So, he knew. And, um, he's gonna be charged with aggravated battery on a pregnant person, which is a felony with a 15-year maximum sentence. Yikes. Forth arrest in less than a year year and because it's domestic violence,
Starting point is 01:23:26 he will have to appear before a judge before he can be released and you know they won't just let him out. His attorney declined comment at this point. I don't even fucking know what to say anymore. Listen, this is fucking this is crazy shit here. The general manager of the Dolphins said, we were made aware of a police matter early this morning regarding Mark Walton We hold our players to a high standard and take these matters very seriously. We will have no further comment at this time They just released him The Dolphins head coach will bring his words back. I think people deserve a second chance I don't want to judge people based on one incident or two incidences. I
Starting point is 01:24:04 Think we could probably. Or a right, maybe the third one. The uppercut. The second right. The uppercut I'll judge him on, but not the hook or the cross, you know what I'm saying? So he's going to appear in court here. He appears before a Broward County judge one day after his arrest and he's been held in jail in lieu of $10,000 bond because who knows if he even has it.
Starting point is 01:24:25 The judge says, I find probable cause here. So yes, you are being held over. And man, the defense attorney said, while we dispute the veracity of the charges, we would agree that there is probable cause. It looks bad is what they said, but you know. Sure does, yeah. So they said he is being monitored for a drug problem through the NFL
Starting point is 01:24:47 So I don't really have a problem with it But I don't think it's necessary either because they ordered him to surrender all of his guns now his concealed weapons permit And he has to undergo a substance abuse evaluation and have no contact with the victim Oh part of domestic violence protocol is what that is so Yeah with the victim. Part of domestic violence protocol is what that is. So yeah, outside the courtroom the lawyer denied the allegations but refused to divulge what actually happened. He said quote, that's attorney client privilege. It's not anything I'm going to explain at this point in time but he did deny touching the young lady at any point in time. She just gets really dark eyes.
Starting point is 01:25:28 Her eyes just pop, man. Then they said that he's hopeful that Walton will be on an NFL field soon. Oh, man. Better hope he's not in a fucking state penitentiary soon. Never mind an NFL field. Yeah. I mean, granted, there's video of it, but has he not heard of Ray Rice? Like the NFL doesn't like woman beaters anymore. Well especially at that time because this was a yeah there were
Starting point is 01:25:51 still ripples of Ray Rice in the water at that point. Oh boy, yeah. That was especially bad. The water is not glass yet. Yeah he said Mr. Walton's an exceptional running back and we're looking forward to you know him hopefully signing with another team. Can't wait to take this on, a mediocre running back with like fucking 112 career yards. And receiving. And receiving yards here. Here he is, by the way, you think that everything must be easy to do because he's just getting bonded out.
Starting point is 01:26:21 How hard is that, right? Well, we have a video of him acting fucking crazy getting bonded out This is the time when yeah act as cameras everywhere, especially at the police department man. This is crazy shit. So here we go Yeah What He's skipping and making weird noises. Acting like a chicken? Yeah, he's going, brr, brr, brr.
Starting point is 01:26:47 He's skipping and now jumping up and down as the presser walking after him. Dude, you are not Antonio Brown. You don't get to be wild. He's doing some weird Antonio Brown shit. Yeah. He's skipping, running, making weird, he ran from like one car and then he goes to another. This is crazy man. Gets him some sort of infinity. He gets in some sort of SUV in the back seat
Starting point is 01:27:11 and he's out like Avon Barksdale. Wow. Gets into his Toyota Sequoia and there he goes. This is Sequoia. Wow. So that's what I'm saying there. That was an Uber, wasn't it? There was, I think it was like one of those Ubers
Starting point is 01:27:24 you have to share with other people because there was more people in the car But he came out so going and like doing these weird jumping up and down here Well, I thought he was attacking the the camera. It looked like he ran past it Yeah, which is at this point. You're just trying to look as normal as possible Yeah, so the fucking be like I don't know, man. She's wild. That's the actions of a dude that punches women. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:27:49 If he came out and said the charges against me aren't true, it would be horrible if it was, but they're not, and I'm going to fight them. That would be a normal response. He said, whoop, whoop, bleep, bleep, bleep, and started jumping around. That's not sane. So I mean, this guy, what the fuck is wrong with this guy? He's in trouble, man. He thinks he's somebody else, or so.
Starting point is 01:28:06 I don't know what the fuck he thinks he is, but maybe he does. And I'd feel bad for all those people, Jimmy. But not nearly as bad as I would feel here for Mark Walton, writer, director, photographer from Belfast in North Ireland. This guy has never ran a football in his life. Probably doesn't even know what it is. Doesn't even know what it life probably wouldn't know how to throw it mark
Starting point is 01:28:27 Walton head of technology communications at EMEA whatever the fuck that is I don't know he went to Buckinghamshire Children's University College he's walking sure Buckinghamshire. Buckinghamshire. He lives in England there. He says, I lead the technology and product comms team for Intel at EMEA. Practically fucking separated at birth from our guy. This is fucking crazy. Also the Reverend, the good Reverend Mark Walton down in Tampa at the West Hernando Christian Ministerial Association Easter Sunrise Service he was doing here. People might pop in thinking it's him. Mark Walton, pastor of the First Baptist Church in Hernando Beach, will deliver the message of the community service.
Starting point is 01:29:20 I'm excited and looking forward to giving a message of hope, encouragement and love. Also, I'll punch a bitch in the face if she's knocked up and I didn't want her to be all you bitches. Keep it down Yeah, my sermon cuz I'll punch it for it Wow Mark Walton chairman CEO CCO NED and advisor in business Transformation growth and turnaround for the knowledge group, whatever the fuck that is. That sounds like a bullshit job. It all sounds like bullshit.
Starting point is 01:29:50 So here's another guy here, Mark Walton, who agrees to a deal to intoxication assault for a crash that injured a woman and her unborn child in San Antonio in 2023. So oh, worse Mark Walton we found. That's nice here. They said one fought off her boyfriend during an argument. The other police say executed her lover as he begged for his life. This is, that's how this starts here. Jesus. A woman fatally stabbed her boyfriend, Mark Walton, a convicted sex offender and felon. He's like, that's the worst Mark Walton guys, come on. And that's- Somehow they found one.
Starting point is 01:30:30 And that's in Miami too. That's a Miami thing. Jesus, really? So I mean, yeah. The people probably said, oh, that guy really fucked up now. He's stabbing women, but there's way too, that guy's 37, the guy who got stabbed here.
Starting point is 01:30:40 January 3rd, 2020, back to our Mark Walton here. Right, right. Free agent running back, which I wouldn't even call him that at this point. Say ex-NFL running back. Miami great. Yeah, University of Miami great is facing a second accusation of domestic violence with the woman's attorney saying police have yet
Starting point is 01:31:03 to interview her regarding the alleged March attack Last year in March. He allegedly punched her several times while they were driving through Miami Gardens And he allegedly dragged her by the foot and it hit and hit her multiple times more after she had gotten out of the car Okay, the woman's attorney told the Miami Herald that the police Okay, the woman's attorney told the Miami Herald that the Miami Gardens police didn't seek an interview until November when Walton was arrested. So this happened, the Dolphins knew this happened a long time ago but he hadn't been arrested yet. So when they signed him, they knew that he was about to be possibly arrested for punching
Starting point is 01:31:38 a pregnant woman in the fucking head. And they thought maybe we can get a season out of him first. You can out of him and then he can go to jail. You can't tell me the Dolphins in Miami couldn't get information about a guy in Miami that grew up there, did all his arresting there, horse shit, the fuck, have Don Shul call the fucking cops. They'll give him the info. Brian Flores was, I believe, the defensive coordinator for the Patriots for years and years.
Starting point is 01:32:03 He knows how to get info on players. He's real good at it. He knows how to cheat and steal and send fucking cameras in and deflate shit. He's got it all worked out. He's got it all worked out. So that was until November when Walton was arrested after he allegedly punched the woman who was pregnant.
Starting point is 01:32:23 So these are separate incidents with the same woman. This is when he pushed her into a wall and punched her several times in the face and head. So the Miami police department said, we're actively working on this case. We've made numerous contact attempts with the victim and currently working with the victim's attorney. So wow. A dolphin spokesperson told the Herald that the team had been unaware of the March accusations when they signed him in May.
Starting point is 01:32:48 They didn't know. Bullshit. You're fucking ass, you didn't know. They couldn't search backgrounds. Please. Nobody, listen, they, okay, it's all in Miami. He had just been arrested. The only reason he got cut from Cincinnati was because of the fucking arrests.
Starting point is 01:33:03 So if they're going to sign him, if all this shit took place in Miami, you telling me nobody, nobody in that organization knows a police officer that they call and say, hey, can you look up something for me? Google his name and TMZ? Yeah. I mean, the blue bloop was on TV. That wasn't out yet, though. It took more than two months for that shit to get out
Starting point is 01:33:25 Yes, it's a yeah, he said to release it because it was body cam footage. So when they know I'm Okay, all right, you get requests because there's a request for it Then it takes a while so it doesn't come out immediately But okay, they can't tell me nobody on the goddamn fucking dolphins knew anyone in the police that they could call and go Hey, what's up with this guy? Oh, well, he's actually up for more charges, so you might not want to sign him. Horseshit. He's arrested again here on February 27th for allegedly violating a protective order as well. So this is fucking ridiculous.
Starting point is 01:33:57 Officers responded to a domestic dispute at about 3 30 a.m. at an opa locker home near the intersection of Northwest 32nd Street and Northwest 132nd Street, which those two obviously come together. They should definitely meet. Officers reported there was a verbal disagreement between him and the mother of his child. A protective order was in effect last year after he was arrested for assaulting her, and she filed a restraining order against him and so now he's again been charged.
Starting point is 01:34:29 Here are all of his, this is in a one year span of time. Well from January one year to February of another year, these are all of his arrests. January 16th, 2019 arrested for the weed. February 15th arrested for battery after grabbing the phone. April 4th, 2019 arrested for carrying a concealed firearm, resisting an officer and possession of marijuana and reckless driving. November 19th, 2019 arrested for aggravated battery of a pregnant woman. January 3rd, a second count of aggravated battery to a pregnant woman,
Starting point is 01:35:00 because that's currently what happened. And then May 13th, 2020, aggravated battery charge against him is dropped. No longer faces a charge of aggravated battery of a pregnant woman, his lawyer said. She doesn't want to talk. I don't know what it is. They said he's subject to league discipline in the matter, which he's as subject to league discipline as we are. None of us are in the NFL.
Starting point is 01:35:27 Yeah, ban me fuckers. See if I give a shit. I'm suspended this year, oh fuck man. Actually, you know what, do it. Suspend us so that we get some fuckin' power. It'll help us, yeah, it'll help the show. Can only help the show. The woman, he became pregnant and told Walton
Starting point is 01:35:42 he was the father. In the audio of the 911 call that was released, the woman says her two-year-old daughter was was the father in the audio of the 9-1-1 call that was released The woman says her two-year-old daughter was in the home at the time of the assault as well and witnessed it And all that kind of shit. So yeah, he's in trouble Obviously November 14th 2020 the NFL suspends him for eight weeks Even though he's might as well not on a theme but in case you wanted to sign him You're not allowed to for all eight weeks of suspension here. So this is, he must've laughed at that.
Starting point is 01:36:09 Gee, great. Here we go. February 2nd, 2021. And this is the one that makes me think there's some mental illness going on at this point by now. This now? Yeah. I mean, if you've taken a couple too many shots to the head at a young age or what,
Starting point is 01:36:22 but. Yeah. I mean, it was pretty obvious when Antonio Brown was doing his antics in the driveway that he had some head injury shit. Some shit wrong with him. And then when he's half naked on the sidelines quitting mid-game, that's when it was very obvious. That's what we all knew.
Starting point is 01:36:37 Well, this is even weirder because he gets arrested after having a fit of rage over the service at a pizza hut. Okay. This is you've gone over the fucking rainbow now at this point. Yeah. Sit down pizza. I sit down. Yeah. Or whatever. He's trying to trying to take it out. I'm not sure. It's not like an eighties buffet style. Unfortunately, they told him that's enough and you can't have anymore. Yeah. He said cops with the fucking plastic. They're great with the bumpy things. I don't know. Yeah. So good. They were good. Terrible pizza. But if you have it in that kind of You said, the plastic, they're great. With the bumpy things on them, the grippy shit. Yeah, so good.
Starting point is 01:37:06 They were good. Terrible pizza, but if you have it in that kind of volume, let's go. I'm eating it. I'll eat it and drink it. What, you're gonna give me 12 slices? Let's have them on it. And give me those breadsticks hot and I'll eat them. They show up now and they're disgusting, but there they were so good.
Starting point is 01:37:20 So this is at a Sunday, a Sunday afternoon at the Pizza Hut. This guy has a fucking problem He can't even go there. He said he felt Disrespected by a Pizza Hut employee Based on the food they serve that's very I find Pizza Hut pizza very disrespectful He's accused of trying to break the window here Yes, no, he's no he can't got to the outside tried to break the window here. Oh, it's a tribe. Yes, no, he got to the outside, tried to break the fucking window.
Starting point is 01:37:48 His cousin was with him, Craig Thomas, who tried to get him off the property, but Walton refused to go and punched his own cousin. Get off me, bitch. Oh my God. Thomas didn't want his cousin to be arrested for the punching, so he's only facing charges of trespassing and disorderly conduct
Starting point is 01:38:06 Holy shit, so he is a fucking goddamn disaster And would you like to see a video of him getting arrested at a Pizza Hut? Oh, yes, we do That's the only thing that's great about the modern world is when an idiot gets arrested. It's all on It's all on here, baby Let's do it. Back to TMZ Sports. Here we go. Unacceptable.
Starting point is 01:38:28 Why are we here today? He's outside the door of a Pizza Hut. Hold on. Wait a second. What did he just say? The girls are inside. There's two female employees that are like holding the door shut. He's trying to like talk to them, but angrily.
Starting point is 01:38:39 That's what he's doing. He's trying to like talk to them, but angrily. That's what he's doing. He's trying to like talk to them, but angrily. That's what he's doing. He's trying to like talk to them, but angrily. That's what he's doing. He's trying to like talk to them, but angrily. That's what he's doing. There's two female employees that are like holding the door shut. He's trying to like talk to them, but angrily. The cop comes up and says, what's going on here?
Starting point is 01:38:53 And he says, hold on a minute, man. I'm trying to do something to the cops. This is unacceptable. Hold on. And the cop, yeah, he's going, this is unacceptable. And the cops are, what's going on? He said, hold on a minute, cop. I don't have time for you right now He puts his shirt on. Lifts his shirt on. He's telling him to put a mask on because it's 2020.
Starting point is 01:39:44 I don't think she said that. Well they're both, at least one of the employees is black in there. Yeah, but I don't think she said, no it's cancelled. Yeah. Shove your peets up your black ass why don't you? I don't think she said that. No we ain't that shit, it's cancelled. It's cancelled. Fat guy come up. Fat guy come up. but now we ain't that's what's going on. Who called me a fuck-n-n-n? Who called?
Starting point is 01:40:25 Said guy come up and said, I did. I said, come outside, I'm gonna show you who the fuck-n-n-n is. Oh my God. Okay, he showed up, said, who said this? And the guy said, fat guy come up, said, I did. So he said, come out and fight, come out of the Pizza Hut and fight me.
Starting point is 01:40:40 Come out, say that shit out here. Put down that pepperoni and come out here and get fucked up. That's what happened. Opposite nothing illegal on my part. Nope. I just. I tried to order a pizza.
Starting point is 01:40:54 I got fucking George Wallace on the other end, not the comedian, the politician. It's not good. And I'm gonna rewrite their customer service policy. Holy shit. Here it comes. This is a shit. This is a business. This is a business. What you can do, you can follow and complain. I am, that's what I'm doing.
Starting point is 01:41:08 I should have followed you for. I never called you. So now no, they did, they did. So ma'am, as I was saying, who's the manager there? Who's the manager? Is this all right? Okay. Excuse me, officer.
Starting point is 01:41:16 Ma'am, as I was saying, come out here and I'll tell you what. I'm not going to do that. I'm not going to do that. I'm not going to do that. I'm not going to do that. I'm not going to do that. I'm not going to do that. I'm not going to do that.
Starting point is 01:41:24 I'm not going to do that. I'm not going to do that. I'm not going to do that. I'm not going to say come out here and say that to my face. Grab him over. Anyway, he went back to the intercom. He just said, okay, our interaction's over. I'm going back to the pizza people. The cop were like, no, no, no, no, no, no. Once we're here, you guys aren't interacting anymore now everyone's talking to us so it's a business right and they were
Starting point is 01:41:49 disrespectful now you guys understand what it is so now watch me fix this oh yeah right you see my problem I'm right right okay now get your fat ass out here so I could kick the fuck out of you in the pizza hut parking lot calling me a razor's look. Now that the cops are here. Now we got witnesses, bitch. Let's do it. How long is this? This is amazing. It's 11 minutes and it's incredible. Holy shit.
Starting point is 01:42:11 OK, I'm trying to, OK, explain to her whatever you want to explain to her. Explain to her the cops are selling him that. As soon as I said, I didn't answer the phone twice or three times. Twice or three times when they say they call me whatever. But when I called and check on my order. Sir, turn your fucking radio off. This is the best thing ever.
Starting point is 01:42:31 Yes. The police here. The police. He said he was coming outside I grabbed the dough you She said I knew grab the door and he said that damn right I tried to open it from a man So I could fuck him up out here trying to let old boy come out My man's ass out here. What do you think? I'm trying to break this window. Go pull a camera.
Starting point is 01:43:09 God, sir. Don't tell him. Pull a camera. I tried to break this window. You right. I tried to grab the door. You damn right. Damn right.
Starting point is 01:43:17 But I didn't try to break the window. That's what he's saying. OK, man. You know what? Listen, listen, listen. Listen, listen. We need to get you out. Let me explain to you how to get out. saying like explain yourself You know what? Listen, listen, listen. We need to be there.
Starting point is 01:44:05 Listen, let me explain to you how to get happy. Listen. I'll let you to explain yourself, because I understand you some time away. That's fine. I'll let you what you can do right now. That's why we're here. You know what I can do? I know what I can do.
Starting point is 01:44:19 What you can do. I know what I can do. Why you can do? I just need to find out what fucking Papa John's number this is. And call a corporate. There you go. That's it. Call a corporate. Trust me. Why you can do I just need to find out what fucking Papa John's number this is You know Running back with more arrests than yards carried. That's what you're talking about He's got more arrest than NFL touchdowns. Shut the fuck up. My man's about to call Papa John's corporate and and rat on a pizza hut. Yeah, I was gonna say, sir, this is a pizza hut. This is the only time when that joke
Starting point is 01:44:48 works accurately. Sir, this is a pizza hut. Maybe this motherfucker ordered from Papa John's. They were like, we don't have that pizza hut. They called him names and shit. He got on the phone and went down to a pizza hut and was like, who called me the N word? And they're like, I guess me. I don't fucking know. They might not have shit to do with this. This is the greatest thing. I just need to find out what Papa John's number is. Papa John's, that would line up perfectly with their history.
Starting point is 01:45:17 Yes. I think you get raises and promotions if you call people the N-word randomly on the phone. I think Papa John probably called you the n-word. Yeah Pizza Hut's Pepsi though. They're like hey we don't play that shit. It was Papa John himself. That was incredible. That's good. There's more.
Starting point is 01:45:34 You tripping boss. You tripping boss. I ain't tripping. Don't. I ain't tripping. Don't get caught here. Oh no. Now I'm gonna tell you, you just passed it from the property and you need to leave the property.
Starting point is 01:45:44 How about that? Oh. I just need to leave the property It's definitely a pizza I know So you're the one tripping. I'm the one tripping. You're the one tripping. He said, this is Pizza Hut. This ain't Papa John's, so you're the one tripping. That's exactly what I would have said. You're saying they're tripping?
Starting point is 01:46:14 You're at the wrong fucking restaurant. You're mad at the wrong pizza. You're mad at the wrong terrible pizza. What the fuck are you talking about? That is in fucking—this is the greatest police interaction I've ever seen in my life. And somehow, okay, at this point, is there any chance—what would it take for him to be arrested here?
Starting point is 01:46:35 He'd have to really— It's already there, right? But I mean, like, he has to really escalate it himself, because they're saying, okay, you're trespassing out, and he's so at this point. Yeah Yeah, the cops already keyed up and ready to arrest you so one little thing and it's over for you your best He just told you you're tripping man. It's time to go Tripping he's like no no you're tripping. No, I ain't tripping you try. I know a pizza place I'm at you
Starting point is 01:47:05 know motherfucker who's trippin you're about to fucking punch the noid for Pizza Hut's infractions and Papa John both two people have nothing to do with this you're about to call Papa John's for something that Pizza Hut did yeah you're trippin dog you're trippin let's continue to watch him trip, shall we? Oh my god. They disrespected me. I ain't a friend now but. They disrespected me. That's each side.
Starting point is 01:47:29 Here he is going to the other window for some reason. Why are you going there? He's going to the front door now. Oh my god. He was at like the pickup window. Yeah. They have like a COVID pickup window and then they have a front door door. All you need is the address. I'm not talking to him. I'm here. I'm not talking to him. I'm here. window. They have like a COVID pickup window and then they have a front door door.
Starting point is 01:47:45 I'm not talking to him. I'm here. I'm here. Great. Listen, listen, you know what I'm talking about. It's not going to go in this way. No. You can do this the right way. Another cop came up and he said, I won't talk to you. I was already talking to this guy who told me I was tripping. Ricky Ricardo told me I have splaining to do and I'm trippin'. He's got a lot of splaining to do. And he questioned my knowledge of pizza restaurants, so.
Starting point is 01:48:12 I feel like he's gonna bend me over his knee and paddle me to a holy hell. I like how he decides I'm only talking to one person at a time. One guy at a time. I'm not talking to the cop because I'm talking to Pizza Hut, then I'm not talking to this cop because this cop, I'm already in a conversation with this guy. One at a time. I'm not talking to the cop because I'm talking to Pizza Hut, then I'm not talking to this cop because this top I'm already in a conversation with this guy
Starting point is 01:48:26 One at a time I've got a lot going on The sergeant came in No, no, no, you've been having attitude So let's start over Okay, I'm mad as fuck, they call me a f**k It's not anybody call you a f**k I wanna get a result right now
Starting point is 01:48:42 This is a black cop by the way You wanna be disrespected for no reason, right? Listen to what? I see a sign of this pizza-hunter. Oh, shit. I'm talking to them. I'm talking to the sergeant now. Let me talk to the sergeant. My name's Tarzan. We're here. He turned. Oh, he is so disrespectful. You don't know who I am. It don't make a difference at the moment.
Starting point is 01:49:10 Listen to me. You don't know who I am. Now he's saying, you don't know who I am. Yeah, and he hates women so much. Look what he just did. He just positioned himself in between the sergeant and the woman who was being, she was trying to, it was a very police tactic there, using a calm woman voice to see if that soothes him and calms him down.
Starting point is 01:49:32 We've tried everything else. Yeah, we've tried confrontation, we've tried aggressive Ricky Ricardo. We've tried that. We've tried to get him to explain himself. He won't do that. We tried to relate to him with the with the sergeant black man we tried tried calming that way and that's clearly not working maybe it's a soothing and he put he turned his back he may as well be touching her with his back. And now he's in a very confrontational stance with the hands up if you've ever been to a bar this is how fights look when they start. This is how they begin and somebody's about to get knocked out.
Starting point is 01:50:07 For real, I'm gonna go back a couple of seconds for him to do that so he could say his- That's unbelievable. Yeah. I'm talking to the sergeant now, let me talk to the sergeant. My man Tarzan. Man, that's so aggressive. Listen to me, listen to me, if you go- Knocked in his high man.
Starting point is 01:50:21 You know who I am. It don't make a difference at the bar. Listen to me, you don't know who I am. I don't care, I'm about money. I'm gonna be the president. I'm about money. I'm about money! I'm about money! I'm about money! I'm about money! I'm about money! I'm about money! I'm about money! I'm about money!
Starting point is 01:50:29 I'm about money! I'm about money! I'm about money! I'm about money! I'm about money! I'm about money! I'm about money! I'm about money!
Starting point is 01:50:37 I'm about money! I'm about money! I'm about money! I'm about money! I'm about money! I'm about money! I'm about money! I'm about money! I'm about money! I'm about money! Starting point is 02:00:34 Come on. Well, you want me to go down? I'm self-in-a-run. You been drinking today? I was drinking earlier. Yeah, I got it. He was drinking today? I was drinking earlier, yeah.
Starting point is 02:00:42 No shit. I was thinking, punch your cousin, throw out a pizza hut, was popping out of your car, and you're like, oh, drinking earlier. Yeah, no shit. I was thinking, punched your cousin, thought a pizza hut was Papa John's and then voluntarily pissed your pants. Really? You've been drinking? Never would have thought that.
Starting point is 02:00:55 It's incredible. Surprise, surprise. Someone's fucking drinking. So there you go. That was a, that's a, that's the craziest thing I've ever seen. He's not getting another job after that, right? Oh, the NFL is so gone. So done with him.
Starting point is 02:01:13 Then, okay, so that's early 2021, February 2021, that happened, okay. March 24th, 2022, he's arrested again, a fucking again. For what? for armed robbery What yes according to the Miami Herald he was arrested in charge with armed robbery booked into jail being held without bond Police are able to place Walton at the scene of an armed robbery with GPS technology They later determined he had his mind that would be great if it was a Pizza Hut and he just took him down if it was if he shot up a Pizza Hut I believe it they later determined he rented the vehicle connected to the robbery and actual planned robbery yep Walton and an accomplice pulled the gun
Starting point is 02:01:59 on a person and demanded everything and eventually he made off with a Rolex after a confrontation and it was all caught on camera just Mugged a guy just mugged a motherfucker for a roll. I go around still say run that shit on gimme gimme all your shit What size of those run them? Jules son? That's what he's saying. That's Wow Wow that is fucking hoof So yeah, I guess the Walton and a passenger blocked a man as he tried to enter his car. Oh my god, the most frightening thing you can do. Fuck man. The victim told police Walton rolled down the driver's side window, brandished a gun and said, give me
Starting point is 02:02:35 the bands. You know, you're shitting your arms there. Passenger got out of the vehicle and started wrestling with the man and was able to wrestle his Rolex off of his wrist. Jesus Christ. Walton, obviously, has had a lot of problems here. Clearly. Don't, don't, I mean, Rolexes are very expensive. They have, like Apple, you know what I mean? They have numbers that are attributed to them. Oh, yeah, yeah, serial numbers.
Starting point is 02:02:58 You can't fucking fence that. No, no, no, that's, you're gonna wear that. That's so dumb. Obviously, yeah. Or you can sell it to somebody on the street, but you're not gonna. To somebody that doesn't care that it's stolen. You can't get a good price for it. Yeah No, that's that's never getting what it's worth. That's so dumb. Half of those things are probably fucking inscribed with shit I don't know. I've never bought a ten thousand dollar watch
Starting point is 02:03:15 But if I would I would probably take special care of it on the back of the minute hand that the man's name is on it Or something. Yes, something his family crest or some shit. Yeah You can't just buy, you can't just slang that you idiot. So January 17th 2024 here, he I guess he he pleads guilty to armed robbery because they have him all on fucking video and he's pretty goddamn fucked here. So he's going to plead guilty and they're going to sentence him him to you sir may fuck off Finally four years in prison for you. Oh My god weren't so much trouble. He's gonna. Yeah this guy. It's not gonna stop. No It's not getting his pants by now, but oh yeah, I just drop a turn in my pants. All right

Was it his actual patch from the Orange Bowl? No, no, no, because they make a bunch of those cars. It's just a little tiny patch that they
Starting point is 02:05:15 put in an Orange Bowl patch for those people. So there you go, everybody. That's Mark Walton. Holy shit. Not a four parter, but he's been very active in his short time out there. Oh, there will be a sequel, I'll tell you that right now. No one who acts like what we just saw is gonna get better anytime soon. Sub-30? Oh my god. He's 27 right now. Wow.
Starting point is 02:05:37 Which is when these videos were going on, he was even younger. He was 24 in that pizza video. Got his whole life's worth of pants to piss away. I'm about money. Yeah, it's coming. Oh boy. Let's try to be respectful to my family trying to get his mama some food. Some food. Some food.
