he's on the road or playing baseball.
They're all slaughtered and it's horrifying.
but the arrest is one of the funniest things
we've ever talked about on the show.
The arrest of the murder
because he is butt naked and attacking the cops
and it's wild shit.
You gotta hear about this.
Then for small town murder,
just as wild,
the trick-or-treat murder from 1957.
And if we're going old-time,
you know it's crazy.
They thought it was a child
in a Halloween costume murdering a man,
but it turned out to be so much deeper than that.
Like, wow.
So much more obvious.
Oh, my God.
deep shit there and dirty and it's all sorts of wild shit.
The reason is not so obvious.
Oh man.

It's really about all we can give.
That's what we're doing.
That said, let's get to it, everybody.
Here we go.
Let's go meet ourselves a lady.
What do you say, Jimmy?
All right.
Well, she's fucking crazy is what she is.
Let's find out.
She is born.
Verpi, V-I-R-P-I.
Verpi is her first name.
Her last name is, and this is beautiful.
It's butt, B-U-T-T, Verpe-B-U-T, V-E-B-E-B-E-B-E-B-E-B-E-E-B-E-E-B-E-E-N-A.
A-V-E-E-E-B-E-E-B-E-E-E-N-A.
Verpy-S-A-A-N-E-N-A.
She's finished.
born in Finland.
Yes, which we've only had, I believe, one Finnish athlete.
Wasn't that the Maddie Nicanan, wasn't he finish?
Yeah.
The crazy, the crazy, all he thought about was pussy when he did long?
He's always on my mind.
What are you thinking when you're going off a deadly ski jump that could kill you in two seconds?
Pussy is always on my mind was his answer.
That was one of the best answers in the history of the show.
Later on, she will change her name, change all three of her first names, but,
Leave butt.
She'll keep the one that you should change and call herself Lucrezia Francesca Pandora
Butt.
Oh.
Wow.
There is a lot to unpack there.
Look into Pandora's butt.
That's what I'm talking about.
I was waiting for you to get that.
I'm like Pandora's butt.
Think about that.
Yeah.
That's amazing.
So she has another nickname when she'll be on television doing her, quote, sports, as you
want to call it here.
Yeah.
Let's get into this.
right away, apologies, if anything seems disjointed.
This is coming from so many translated sources that it's really, really difficult to figure some things out.
So, verpy butt here.
We don't really know how she grew up.
We're not sure.
She seemed to have grown up in a fine environment.
Nothing crazy.
She matured well.
Matured well.
No, nothing crazy.
No, you know, dad didn't kill anybody or, you know, mom wasn't like a street prostitute or,
anything like that.
Not a lot of abuse or anything like that.
People who knew her when she was young said she was reserved and shy and quiet when she
was little and younger and unassuming, stayed out of trouble.
Basically, sounds like a Finnish person in general.
Yeah, she was your quintessential finish.
Yeah, you got a lot of troublemakers over there, Finns, because I feel like it doesn't sound
like there is.
They all seem very calm.
Historically, has there been any rabble rousers from Finland?
Finland?
No, no.
Finland's been a pretty quiet.
country usually. They kick back. Those northern countries, they're pretty, it's cold.
They do real good at hammering down the stories about it. Oh, something. So she moved to the
Tampeer area, T-A-M-P-E-R-E. I'm sure I'm not saying that right. In the late 1980s,
where she's pretty low-key, people describe her, and this makes sense for her career path here,
as having kind of a
like a tough or a masculine demeanor
about her.
No.
But not aggressive.
No like not a real aggressive person,
not like a heavy drinking bar fight starting kind of a person.
Just kind of tough and kind of, you know,
to the point type of woman here.
One acquaintance from the area in the late 80s here
remembered her as a striking young woman
with long blonde hair who was quiet,
not particularly aggressive,
not a heavy drinker, and more lad-like, meaning mannish, but not mean, basically.
Then Russian without the attitude.
Finish is basically what it is, because that's up near Russia.
So, yeah.
Is it?
Yeah, it's up in that area.
Yeah.
They're always worried about whatever was going on with Russia because they're like,
hey, we're right fucking here.
So they could fuck with us pretty quick here.
then she gets involved in bodybuilding and strength training and we've done bodybuilder episodes
and no one's crazier than a bodybuilder in this and in the crime and sports universe
you got brain damage sports you got your fighters yeah they've obviously been punched and
everything else in the head your you know football players hockey players things like that
they have they're more of the brain damage crazy sure we're like wow that person's really
nuts. These people are like
just, they do
crazy shit out of nowhere,
the bodybuilder, because they're all jacked
up on a million different types of testosterone.
So they're, they're a fucking mess.
Think Sally McNeil and, you know,
Bertil Fox and yeah.
And also, just a different breed.
China, things like that. When a woman gets into the
world of bodybuilding, it seems like,
and this is only the people we've covered, obviously. I'm sure
there's thousands of women doing bodybuilding that are fine.
We've just never covered.
We don't cover someone who doesn't, you know, run out in the street naked after killing a whole family.
That's who we cover, you know.
So those women really seem to be, I don't know if it's the world of bodybuilding and drugs and the fact that it's kind of not.
It seems like a man-centered world.
Yeah.
So I don't know if maybe that helps or whatever.
By the early 90s, she's using steroids and testosterone and doing all sorts of shit here.
For a couple of years, she's, like, heavily doing all this stuff to build up her physique here, which after that, she is, changes physically is amazing.
I mean, you add a bunch of testosterone, your tits get smaller, your muscles get bigger, your voice gets deeper.
It's just the way it is.
And that's what happened to her.
Her voice, she never recovered from the voice thing, too, it stayed deep.
Some don't.
It's very interesting.
So she had a child.
That's the other thing.
We're talking about female athletes.
They actually give birth to people, whereas the male athletes just spread their seat around.
The women are like, they actually give birth.
And it's like, God, picturing the criminal athletes actually having a child.
Imagine Otis Nixon squeezing a kid out of his crotch.
You know what I mean?
Imagine Mitch Blood Green.
Any of the bodybuilders, really, though, because their bodies are such.
that you could
birth a body for
birth a baby for distance.
Yeah.
They're going to shoot it out.
Yeah.
Oh,
my.
Yeah.
So she had her first child
like 1993,
apparently.
And then later on,
she'll have another child
around 2000.
Okay.
Now,
let's enter this.
Now,
she gets into the public eye
by getting on
Finnish television.
Yeah?
The series
gladiatoriate.
which is American Gladiators, but Finnish.
Oh.
It's Finnish gladiators.
It's, and I believe it's literally a licensed program from American Gladiators around the world.
Yeah.
So they do that.
Like, there's a ton of shows where the guy, we saw that, like, if you watch the,
oh, what the fuck is the name, exporting Raymond, the about everybody loves Raymond, which I hate that show.
But it's about Rosenthal going to sell the show to Russia.
and the documentary.
They do a Russian.
Everybody loves Raymond.
It's like everybody loves Koshka or some shit like that.
Literally, that's like the name of it.
But they've sold it to like.
It was Rustoff.
Yeah, they've sold it to like 40 countries, though.
Holy shit.
A lot of these shows, they sell franchise.
Jeopardy, there's a jeopardy in every country.
And whoever owns Jeopardy is making all that money,
Merv Griffin's family or whatever the fuck.
So that's how that goes.
And it's a franchise thing.
That's a great documentary.
by the way, him being in Russia.
It's like he's in a third world country in 1973.
That's what Russia is like.
It's the weirdest place.
But for those like you've, I guess that's how you gauge how successful your show is.
Oh, yeah.
If they're putting together everybody loves Romania.
You know what I mean?
Yeah, no shit.
So this is a gladiator competition.
It airs on MTV3 in Finland.
We never got past two, right?
We only got two, I think.
And then we got like a classic and this one and a that.
We never got three.
They're getting into the, into, you should.
They got to three before it ended.
That's crazy.
In 93, 94, you should see what's on MTV 10.
It's just, it's just, it's kids listening to music sitting there.
It's not even doing anything.
It's pictures.
It's just pictures of the covers of the album.
Kids with headphones on just sitting there.
Like maybe bobbing their heads once in a while, eating snacks and shit.
That's the old.
It's a live stream of the new releases at that Tower Records.
Yeah.
with spider webs and cobwebs and shit on it because no one's there.
So this show is adapted from the international gladiators franchise.
And if you don't know what American Gladiators is, we did a bonus episode on it,
but it's amateur challengers.
So, you know, hi, I'm a bookkeeper at a accounting firm.
And then they come on and they're going to do these challenges against these righted up,
jacked up, bleached, haired, crazy-looking fucking people.
What was your favorite one?
Not person.
I mean, the...
Competition?
Yeah.
Oh, the tennis ball cannon thing.
You're kidding me?
Fuck yeah.
There's not even a fucking second answer.
No, it's the tennis ball canon.
They run from the tennis balls.
Trying to grab machines that shoot at the target to knock the...
Basically a big, like a Nerf rocket launcher is what they got that they're trying.
Every station that they can hide behind as a Nerf rocket launcher they can fly.
Well, they're shooting a pen at them at fucking 80 miles an hour.
And they're firing fucking tennis balls literally, you know, 90 miles an hour out of a fucking
like a cannon.
They're poof,
poof, foof,
and they have some power behind it.
I'm like,
yes,
I want to shoot that thing
so bad.
It looks so much fun.
Oh,
I want to,
I want to hit some accountant
from Cleveland
with that thing so bad
as they try to duck.
The joust was pretty fun too
because the,
the gladiator rarely lost.
Yes.
And some like that's a strength base.
You can just,
push them.
Push a blast in the face.
Like at night.
Yes.
And I like the,
the football one they did
for a little while.
till all of them kept getting hurt.
It was just like a goal line stand, but only like eight feet wide.
So you can't get past this giant guy who takes up five feet of it with his shoulders.
Just tackling you.
So, yeah, that's what it did.
And it was against professional gladiators.
They filmed it at Planet Fun Fun Fun, Fun, an indoor amusement park.
Planet Fun Fun Fun.
Oh, my God.
In Carrava, it was directed by Rennie Harlan.
Who's that?
Rennie Harlan's made a ton of, look up Rney Harlan right now.
Look at how many fucking movies Rney Harlan is made.
You've seen...
How do I spell that?
R. E.N.N. Y.
Oh, that was easy.
It filled it right in for me.
Yeah, he's very famous.
He's made tons of movies.
He's from Europe, huh?
He's European.
Oh, he's from Finland.
Oh, he's Finnish.
Finish.
Yeah.
Didn't he do, isn't he deep blue sea?
Isn't that Rennie Harlan?
I mean, he's...
He did the adventures of Ford Fairlane?
Yes.
With dice?
Did you sneak out of?
into that when you were a kid because I did.
Fuck, yes.
We bought tickets for some other horse shit and went and saw a fucking Ford Fairlane and were
like the only two people in there.
You know me when I was a kid with a dice thing.
I rented Brain Smasher before it got on TV.
That one is incredibly stupid.
Yeah, his movies are terrible, but they're like watchable.
Is he Deep Blue Sea?
Is that running hard?
It is.
He also did Long Kiss Goodnight.
He also did Cliffhanger.
They're terrible.
These are all bad movies that we've seen a million times.
That's probably his biggest.
one, right? He did Cutthroat Island with
Gina Davis? That was a famous bomb.
That's a famous bomb. He was married to Gina Davis?
Yes. And that's a, I've seen
a whole thing on that. That's a famous
that like almost, I think
that that ruined a studio. I think that
destroyed a studio that movie. Like it was so expensive.
One of the biggest box office flops
losing a hundred and forty seven
million dollars. Back then,
back in like the early 90s.
95. Movies didn't cost
$147 million. Never mind.
was 147.
They, like,
destroy the studio
with that thing.
And then they let this guy
direct more.
That's amazing.
Yeah, he did more
after that.
Yeah, Deep Blue Sea was kind of a hit
because it's terrible and funny
at the same time.
He got Exorcist the beginning
in 2004, too.
And everybody says he has a really weird
foot fetish, too.
That's a big thing.
He's, like, known for that.
Like, they were talking about
in his movies,
and what's it called?
How did this get made?
They talked about seeing a Reni Harlan thing
where they were like,
what's up with you?
Always filming feet.
He goes, they just move people.
It's just nice to see them go.
And you're like, you're weird.
Yeah, you like feet shit.
That's what you're into.
So, my God.
Verpi was 21 years old at the time.
Yeah.
Jacked up on roids and testosterone and played the character of Temanti, which means
diamond in Finnish.
So she's diamond.
I'm sure they all have the same names just translated into different shit.
Yeah, there's a nitro, a laser.
A viper, a Gemini.
I just thought that was the weirdest name because that doesn't really...
It's just a black guy.
It's like they were so stumped on how to name a black guy.
Gemini.
Like, we can't name him anything that's going to go racist.
Can't name him that.
Can't name him like, you know, long dick McPurple skin.
That's not going to work.
That's racist, right?
Yeah, so that's not going to be good.
How about Gemini, which doesn't...
Can't name him skin of the seal.
No.
No, no, like my grandmother might have called him, or would have called it.
But that, I don't get what is, that gives me no connotation of anything, Gemini.
Gemini means twin, doesn't it?
Isn't that what it is?
Yeah, it's just a sign.
Like, it's just an astrological sign.
Other than that, I don't get what it does for you.
Why am I watching Virgo beat up a fucking...
Yeah.
You don't see that.
You don't see Aries go, but at least Aries was the god of war.
Yeah, it's God, yeah.
So that's a, you know, you could use that at least for that.
So, God of war, too.
That would make sense in Gladiator.
Even if you named him Zeus, like everything can go away that.
What is it?
There's already no old bard.
You can't do that.
Wasn't that Samuel Jackson's name in Die Hard?
Was he named Zeus and Die Hard?
I don't remember.
Maybe.
Die Her with a vengeance.
Now, she's 21.
She becomes the youngest female gladiator in the series' second season.
How about that?
Grace.
Let's say it right now.
Grace.
She made an achievement.
She's jacked up.
She's on TV.
By the way, this gladiatoriet has 5.5 stars on IMDB, which I feel like she should have more.
It sounds awful.
So let's go over a couple of the names, first of all, because we're gluttons for punishment here.
All right.
Juhapika Yalo is the host.
Timo Honkala played Turbo.
We had Miko Takanin played Terminator.
I think we know what that is, Terminator, there.
Ikea, can I'm going to skip the names of the people.
IKEA?
I-I-K-A, or I-I-K-A, whatever the fuck it is.
They love double consonants.
It's in every word.
She played Barbari, I think that's like Barbie.
But that's a barbarian maybe?
Maybe a female barbarian.
Mohi, I don't know what that means.
Panteri, which is Panther, I'm sure.
Probably.
Yeah.
Salama, which means salami and Finnish.
Because they should have called Gemini.
Salami.
They're just big slabs of salami anyway, all these fucking guys.
Why not call one of them salami?
I like that.
Salami.
Then there's a laser, of course.
Yeah.
There's a scorpion.
which I believe is Scorpion.
That's definitely the Scorpion for sure.
There's a Torbito, which I think is Torpedo.
Turbo?
Oh, Torpedo.
There's already a turbo.
So I think that's Torpedo.
Oh, yeah, that's torpedo.
There's Cobra.
There's Ray2, R-E-T-U.
I don't know what that is.
Then there's a Barbie.
So the other one's got to be barbarian, because this is B-A-R-B-I-B-I-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-B-E.
So probably to avoid the trademark there.
The trademark there.
Then there's a host, Safiri, which is that,
Safari.
Sapphire.
Sapphire.
There you go.
Gasque,
because they have that
and they have
Timanti,
which is diamond,
and that's Verpi.
And then they have
V-K-K-E-K-E,
V-K-E,
this Viking,
Viking, V-K-I-G-I.
Yeah.
And that's a big
fucking meat-headed
looking blonde guy.
So, it's a Viking.
It's a Viking.
It's released in January 6th
of 1993 in Finland.
And it's Rennie Harlan's
production company.
and anything. Sounds awesome. Everything, yeah. She embodied a formidable persona, they say. She's big. She's a powerful 171 centimeters.
What is that? I don't know. I don't have any idea how any fucking inches that is.
Yeah. What is that? An inch, uh, inch and three quarters about per centimeter. Let's, let's go and just do this.
172. 172 CM in feet. There we go.
Five seven.
Five seven point seven and 72 kilograms,
which I know drugs, that's two point two pounds.
You can do the fucking math on that one.
It's about 160 pounds.
So she's a big lady, powerful.
She's blonde.
She's fucking jacked.
Jacked.
Ready to be ready to go.
She does the obstacle course as well and all that kind of shit.
And this is a, the finish got, see, we think we're just trash.
Other people like trash too.
They love it too.
Yeah.
I mean, of course, they actually, like, graduate from school and do things and aren't morons like we are, but they also like trash.
You know.
Yeah.
Trash TV is the great equalizer.
It really is.
So this exposure brings verpi some media attention and some opportunities on Finland's TV landscape, which I guess at this time is kind of blowing up.
Everybody's entertainment industries start at different times, really.
And like in England for a long time, they have.
had like two channels for like decades.
They had like two channels.
That's it.
Or three channels.
And that's all they had.
There was nothing else.
Whereas America was kind of the forefront of TV cable.
Is that why there's so much nudity in fucking England?
Well, I think the rest of the world, they just don't understand why we think new.
We're a bunch of Puritans over here.
Nowhere else on earth is the country controlled by the fucking evangelical Christian church.
That's why.
That's reason one, two, and three.
Period.
Yeah.
They got fun game shows over there where they're just like, like that dating naked or something,
where they just show you the bottom half of people.
And you pick whether or not that dick looks good enough to suck.
Pussy's not good enough for me.
I don't like it.
It's amazing.
Not only that, they have like, you know, in the newspapers, what was it, the page three girls in England?
Always had chicks with their tits out.
No one cares.
They're tits.
We've all seen tits.
We all act like we don't see tits.
And then when we see them, we go crazy.
It's like, yeah.
And a great settlement.
You listen to a lot of.
shit. Yeah, great set.
There's been people that have
been married for years over that. That's what I'm
saying. It's wild. It's much easier to listen to doom
and gloom on the news if this lady's tits
are out. Yeah, no shit.
So she's doing a bunch of shows
based on her fame from here.
So that's how that works.
After three seasons, though,
it's kind of over.
That was it. Once the show's over,
there's really, what's the next opportunity
for a jacked up chick
who was just firing tennis balls at somebody?
What's the natural progression there?
Show's done, huh?
I mean, I know they probably have wrestling,
but they don't have like the WWE,
which would be a big, you know,
something like that or anything.
So, yeah, she just kind of, that's it.
She's kind of, her fame is kind of over after that.
Oh, no.
It's kind of all she really has here.
And basically, apparently she wasn't really,
like fellow contestants were called later
that she was only on the show
for a short time and wasn't there like the entire season.
Like she was,
Yeah.
One participant remembered specifically,
we don't know if this is true or not,
but that she joined mid-season as a replacement
because an original competitor had been injured.
And that would happen a lot.
They'd get injured because, you know,
and she was, but she was on 15 episodes.
The most anybody was on is the one host did 54 episodes.
The host, yeah.
Otherwise, Gladiators did 36.
32, 26.
Some were on the whole run.
Some were on for two seasons.
Whatever.
So she seems to only be on for like part of one season, basically.
So, yeah.
So she comes back to regular life here.
And people said she was like quiet and withdrawn and distant and didn't socialize much
or really talk about her personal life or anything.
She was just real kind of private around the locker room, I guess, or whatever the fuck they
have over there around the I just picture like a steam room that you would lockers because it's
Finland is just around the house yeah just all sauna and she like no one even knew she had a kid
already really that wasn't like known information she just like didn't really tell anybody about
her private private life here yeah so interesting thing here is she's really kind of retreats
into bodybuilding now really she doesn't like
say fuck bodybuilding.
She gets deeper into that.
Wow.
And when we're talking about bodybuilding and at a serious level of really wanting to be big,
there are supplements involved, period.
That's just, that's what it is.
End of story.
It's probably drugs, but whether or not it's drugs is open for debate, but it's definitely...
Oh, it's drugs.
It's drugs.
Yeah.
They're all in drugs.
Supplement.
Supplement.
Because humans can't do that.
No.
You can tell the difference between.
between steroids and no steroids.
When we did the WBF episode,
all the guys were like,
oh, no, he wants us to not be on steroids.
Are you crazy?
And they all tell Vince McBand,
they're like,
we can't just not be on steroids.
We're going to look like dog shit.
Like, that's not how this works.
My body doesn't look like this normally.
Like, I mean, they work.
That's the thing is they still have to work incredibly hard
and do all that,
but they also have to do steroids
or else your body doesn't look like that.
It just doesn't.
So that special appearance.
People are in awe.
because it doesn't happen.
No.
And she becomes basically a Sally McNeil type out of this.
Just jacking it in.
She goes from being this quiet, withdrawn person
to being a really loud, aggressive person
who frequently starts bar fights
pretty much exclusively with men.
Really?
She wants to fight men in bars.
That's what she wants to do.
She is angry.
That's some angry shit going on.
And this is, at this point, too,
she starts drinking a lot more.
So she's righted up, jacked up, and drinking,
which is a dangerous combination.
Really, really dangerous combination.
And it becomes a lot here.
By 2002, she's always getting arrested for drunk driving and public disturbances.
And just she's a menace, basically.
She's a giant menace that people can't, they can't control her.
But let's go back in time a little bit here to 1999.
in the middle of her complete fucking downfall of sanity and everything else here.
There's a woman named Rasa Raysanen.
It's the R-A-I-S-A and then R-A-I-S-A-N-E-N.
That's her last name.
Yeah, that's interesting.
So October 16, 1999, this woman was out celebrating with a friend.
she called a boyfriend from her cell phone at, what is that, 1018 p.m.
Saying that I want to come where you are.
He was at a house party in the suburbs.
And I'd like to join you out there.
I'm going to try to get a ride to you.
So before that, her and her friend, before they got a ride,
her and her friend visited a restaurant in the city center.
They're both only 16 years old, by the way.
Oh, boy.
Which in Finland is a lot older.
and anywhere else in the world it's a lot older.
Well, it's...
It certainly comes with a lot more responsibility than it does in America.
Well, that's the thing.
Yeah, we don't...
That's the problem.
In England, you know, the drinking age is 18, and they have like this much fucking binge drinking
drinking compared to what we have.
Yeah.
Kids don't get alcohol poised.
They don't do that.
18-year-old kids are like, I have a couple glasses of wine and go to bed.
Whereas here, they're like, I'm going to drink half the keg.
Yeah.
Yeah, absolutely.
Where if you, drinking is one of those things that I think it helps to figure out how to do it responsibly.
If your first experiences with alcohol are frat keg parties, you're not going to have a normal relationship with alcohol.
I think Mexico might be 18 also.
It is 18.
Mexico is how much American dollars in your hand.
I've been to Mexico.
They sold me a tecate when I was 13.
Yes.
Same.
No questions asked.
Sitting on the sand, a man said.
No questions asked.
How much do you have?
Yeah.
This was at like a restaurant.
They didn't care.
What?
They didn't fucking care.
It was in Baja.
They didn't give a fuck.
Like it was in Rosarita.
That's where it was down there.
So you go down a little bit.
They're like, it's away from the, we don't give a fuck.
The cops aren't going to see it.
No one cares.
Yeah, it's fine.
And it was fine.
That's the other thing.
So anyway, they're using fake IDs going out, these 16-year-olds.
They stay in this restaurant for a half hour.
Then her friend gets a phone call from her boyfriend.
inviting her to the house party out there.
Yeah.
So this, what's her name?
Reza's friend got a ride from the party from some friends,
but Reza stayed behind because there was no room for her in the car.
What a fucking asshole.
What a complete asshole her friend is.
No, her friend did.
Her friend got the fucking ride.
Right.
The ride came and got her, but they were like,
yeah, we don't have room for your friend.
You can come, but not your friend.
And so they leave this.
What an asshole friend to say, okay, bye, and just get in a car and leave your friend there after you've been out a 16-year-old who's been out partying.
You're just going to leave her on the street by yourself.
What an asshole.
Jesus Christ.
So, yeah, that's what went on here.
So she stayed behind.
So her friend checked to make sure that Raza's phone was charged and gave her some money.
So like here, you can call.
So the last confirmed sighting of Raza was for.
from this time 10.50 p.m. near the Socos department store and central Tampere, Tampere, whatever it is.
After that, there were several unconfirmed reports of someone resembling her.
The police believe that the closed circuit footage there, surveillance footage from the area,
also shows her in the city center about an hour from then, about 1150, an hour after the last confirmed sighting.
So they see a thing where they think it's her, but they're not, they can't confirm it's her.
It looks like her.
So the last confirmed citing is 1050.
Now, the same day, the EU summit, the European Union summit, was being held in the city that day.
So security was tightened and there was a lot more cops in the city.
Just everyone's on duty.
Dignitaries and leaders are here.
Yeah.
With additional police resources being brought in from other parts of the country.
but in 1999
surveillance cameras are not
now there's one of shit
everywhere back then
they're not everywhere and the ones there
that are on there are shit
a lot of times they would do the thing where they only capture
every fourth frame so fucked up
to save room and memory because back
then you know hard drives were so
small that there was no two terabyte
hard drive that was the size
of a pack of cigarettes and the video file was enormous
they were huge yeah you couldn't you just
couldn't do it like digitally back then
And if you were on tape, forget about it.
You do three rewinds on that tape and tape over it.
Everything looks like snow.
It all looks the same at that point.
All shit.
So over time, the investigators here in the National Bureau of Investigation looked into over 3,000 clues and tips.
Wow.
Missing 16-year-old just disappearing from the city where there's shitloads of police everywhere.
Right.
They considered a bunch of theories.
They searched around.
They looked in the local lakes and waterways.
Oh.
Once you start looking in the water for someone, you know that it's not good.
Now, they pursued the three following main investigations here.
Okay.
One's an older woman.
Two eyewitnesses saw someone matching Rays' description walking with an older, heavy-built woman, heading away from the city center.
The eyewitnesses said they lost visual contact but heard two loud screams.
So they were unable to identify the older woman or to confirm whether it's connected to Rays' disappearance or not.
Could be somebody else.
It was also reported in 2022, later on it was reported, that the police considered the possible involvement of another murderer here that could have been the older woman that they had in mind.
And in 2015, a taxi driver came forward saying he picked up a passenger matching race's description who appeared to be cold and afraid around midnight.
So 1150, when they thought they saw her on a surveillance footage camera, he remembered the girl saying, I wonder what will happen to me before a shorter man of possibly, possibly Turkish origin got into the car with her.
that could be literally any origin
Turkish.
They could be Greek, Italian,
Arab, fucking Armenian.
I could name you 30 nationalities
he could be if he could be Turkish.
Could be anybody.
Carrying a lamb.
Yeah.
He was just had a handful of hummus.
I don't know what that is.
Is that a pocket full of chickpeas?
Is that a thing I should think about maybe?
Or what?
He offered me Schwarma.
Is that something?
Is it the Schwarma man
getting into the fucking thing?
The driver offered to take
the girl home, but the man ordered him to drive to the
multi-silta suburb about 10 kilometers
away where he dropped both of them off together.
This was considered a promising lead
because Finland doesn't really have a big foreign population.
So if you say Turkish-looking guy,
they can pretty much round up all the Turkish-looking guys they have.
Guy with a tan.
Anybody, he's not over six foot with blonde hair.
And they go, well, there's like eight people.
We'll round those up.
We got them.
So, yeah, that's what they, that's what they're looking at here.
And also, eyewitnesses had reported seeing a woman resembling raises speaking with a
foreign man in the city center on the night of the disappearance.
So they're wondering if that's the same guy.
However, police here were unable to locate who this male passenger was.
And in the area, she was dropped off.
They did excavation attempts and had dogs and all that and couldn't find any.
Everything. According to some eyewitnesses, someone matching Reyes' description either entered or was possibly forced into a car against her will into a 1950s black American car.
Awesome. That's fun. Yeah, that's a good time. What year was this? 1999. That's amazing. It's like Cuba maybe over there. It's just all 57 Chevys. That's all they have over there. So this was driven by a 30-something male.
someone 30-year-old or above.
In 2010, a witness came forward saying they had been told by someone,
someone, anyone.
That Raza had been drugged by two men taken to a hall facility or a house in Kangasala with an antique car, maybe 50s,
where they had killed her and buried the corpse in the vicinity.
The police investigated the two men that this person knew about and found no.
evidence of their involvement.
So that was a bust.
They continued to investigate the disappearance as a homicide.
It was originally considered a manslaughter, but then they sort of started engaging
it as a murder, which I don't know.
According to Finnish law, murder never expires, whereas manslaughter expires after 20
years.
That's why they switched it.
So they were allowed to keep investigating it.
Otherwise, it would have been over in 2019.
The head of investigation, Juicy Luoto, said in November of 2022 that the case is not currently being actively investigated, but authorities are responding to both old and new leads.
It's a cold case, basically.
And he said all three main lines of investigation are all still equally considered.
So that's that.
Okay.
Now, put that aside for now.
We'll get back to that.
Stay tuned for later.
Sometime in 2002, we know that old Verpi here had two aggravated drunk driving charges.
So very drunk.
Got aggravated about it.
Fucking so drunk, she was aggravated.
Here is another thing.
May 29, 2002.
Carrie Antonin, A-N-T-O-N-E-N.
And Carrie is K-A-R-I.
Now, Verpi here, and her close,
friend Jane Hivonen.
I guess it's Jane or Jan.
It's J-A-N-N-E.
Could be anything.
I'm going to call her Jane just for...
Sounds like Jane.
Just for ease of communication here.
So, Verpi and her friend Jane met Kari or Kari at the Sputnik restaurant in Tampieri,
or however you say.
So the meeting seemed amicable, apparently, from what people said when they saw it.
and they eventually moved to Verpi's apartment.
Everybody went there to hang out.
Jane and Verpe.
Now, here's the deal.
Apparently, Verpi has had a past relationship with Carrie.
Oh.
Verpi likes girls, as, even if she didn't before, I think the, take enough steroids and you're like, pussy looks good.
Nice tits.
I think it just comes out.
Just get into it.
You just get into it.
So, anyway, they had a prior relationship.
And Jane was pissed off that she invited this chick who she used to go out with back to hang out with them.
She's jealous and she doesn't like it.
Anybody would be like you're inviting your ex-girlfriend over to fucking hang out.
I don't hang out with her.
So Carrie, by the way, is 29 years old.
And apparently, Jane, at some point in the evening, at Verpi's urging,
Verpe told her you should do this
encouraged her to
Jane took a knife
and stabbed her in the back
Carrie
hacked her up stabbed Carrie in the back
and killed her
Oh my
dead okay
Okay
Now
What they did there is now what do we do
Now we have a dead chick in her house
We got a body
How do we get it out of here?
Well they went at it like some
like seasoned mafiosi
over here, who did this a lot.
Jane and Verpe take her into the bathroom,
Carrie's body.
They use a kitchen knife and a saw.
God damn.
And fucking completely dismember her.
Which was, oddly enough,
one of the events on finished gladiators
was the body dismemberment event.
You had to kill a man and then dismember him
in a certain amount of time
while one of the gladiators shot tennis balls at you.
With the tennis balls, we will dismember you.
We dismember you.
The other contestants have to do it while they're fighting gladiators off with jousting things and, you know, how it works.
So they did this.
Wow.
Now, Jane later would confess to all this here.
Oh, Jane is a guy?
Jane's a guy.
Jane's a fella?
Why do I think Jane was a woman the whole time?
Well, because Jane sounds.
I guess.
So, yeah, he's a guy.
I don't know why I thought, wow, I was so confused by that.
Again, when we're talking about finished stuff and then also...
But she had a relationship with Carrie still?
With the Carrie, yes.
Yeah.
So that's the deal here.
Okay.
Yeah.
Okay.
Now, is Carrie a guy too?
I didn't think so.
It's opposite over there.
Verpi is a gal's name, but Carrie and Jane are men.
Oh, my God.
Well, it gets worse.
Okay.
It is.
He's a guy.
Carrie's a guy.
So rather than being three women, it's two dudes and a chick.
Well, it was...
Which makes...
It's still awful.
It makes way more sense now
that the guy would be jealous of her inviting some other dude back to the apartment.
Now I see a lot more jealousy there.
Okay.
Anyway, he's dead, Carrie.
And they take Carrie apart.
That's not even the gross part.
Wow.
And they dismember him for real, for real.
Like, yeah.
They took portions of Carrie's legs.
I can't you'd never guess what the other words I'm going to say next.
Portions.
Marinated them.
Yep.
And baked them in the oven.
Just for no reason?
Oh no, there's a reason.
Then they boiled the head and extracted the teeth to hinder identification.
Oh, Jesus.
They're doing like Dahmer shit.
Yeah.
Like for real here.
This is disappearing a body like Russian or...
Yeah.
Mexican mafia or any mafia, really.
This is beyond that now.
Then, Jan or Janie or whatever the fuck his name is, ate the remains.
He did?
While Verpi watched.
Yes.
He later would say, Yanni would later tell the police, quote, I watched his face melt in the frying pan.
Oh, dear Lord.
Jesus Christ.
My God.
What did he marinate it with either?
Well, everybody, last week you thought we couldn't top Kevin Mitchell and the cat.
Well, guess what?
This man, sloughed a face in a frying pan.
He melted it like fucking, like lard in a frying pan.
That is.
And then marinated thighs.
He said they said that he said this with chilling nonchalance, which I think is just being finish.
They're not very.
Just being very casual.
They're just very matter of fact.
Yeah.
Now, this is crazy.
The other part is
they're not the only people in the apartment while this is happening.
What?
Verpi's two children are also there.
Oh, good Lord.
Both sons, a teenager, and a two-year-old.
The teenager didn't smell this?
The teenager later reportedly saw the butcher remains of his mother's ex-boyfriend in the bathtub.
walked in and found a butchered body in his fucking bathtub.
How much finished therapy is this kid going to fucking need?
I guess I'll shower tomorrow.
Wow.
Yeah.
Take a bath?
No, can't, ma.
Sorry.
I got to get your friend out of there.
That is not the rubber ducking.
But this is how crazy Verpi is.
The son was a traumatized, obviously, but so scared of his mother's temper that he didn't say
shit.
He just shut up and went in his room and didn't say anything for over a year.
just didn't say shit.
He was so scared of his mom
blowing up on him.
Oh boy.
And breaking out the tennis ball cannon.
It's tough.
When you got a mom who's got access
to that kind of equipment, it's rough.
It's crazy.
They then packed up Kari's remains
into cardboard boxes
and tricked a friend
into helping them haul
the quote trash off to the landfill.
Hey, we need help.
We have all this trash
and somebody came over to help them.
and somehow didn't smell.
Nobody saw anything?
Remains.
I mean, I'm sure they had to bag it up.
I don't know what the fuck here.
That's got to smell terrible.
The body was never found.
And this disappearance, the police had no evidence of foul play.
They weren't even looking for this person.
Oh, my God.
They weren't even thinking anything bad happened to this person.
They thought they just moved or something.
Instead, it comes out later.
So, that worked.
They get away with it at the time.
And so Verpi and I guess Jan will call him strike again here in the summer of 2003.
They meet a guy named Arto Malinin and another and a woman named Maria at a bar.
So they all take a taxi to Arto's home in, oh God, percala with two K's.
So this is summertime 2003.
now. Apparently, the woman in this,
High Vinen, which one is that? Is that a woman named Maria?
Okay, so there's another person here that was watching Verpi's two-year-old or three-year-old while she went out to drink.
She encountered Malanin, who was also a previous, we don't know if it's a hookup or whatever, but she knows him, basically.
He was out celebrating.
drank together until closing time, then took the taxi out to his house.
The next day, they continued drinking.
Okay.
They were ejected from a bar because Verpi was already banned from the bar.
She's a problem.
She's been fucked up here before.
Oh, there's like half the bar.
She's not allowed to go to because she started bar fights and thrown bouncers through
plate glass windows and shit, like it's the old West.
Yeah.
She's done some wild shit here.
So that's what they keep doing.
And then they were on the street.
They were joined by a young man who was looking for drugs.
But Verpi said, let's all go to Malinanin's place.
No drugs were available.
So an argument broke out.
So Malinin asked Verpi and this young man who was asking for drugs.
You guys should both leave.
So Verpe's got to do.
different idea, though, than leaving.
Said, should I leave or should I get a kitchen knife and repeatedly stab him in the back?
Should I stay or should I go?
I will go with option B.
Should I stay or should you go?
Should you go?
Yeah, that was the clash was like, should we, well, you go.
Yeah, we'll go, you go.
That's better.
So a woman who had been present later said that Verpi threatened to kill her as well.
Oh, boy.
And the woman eventually contacted the police, which triggered the investigation.
So Verpi called, I guess, I think Jan.
Yeah, Jan was watching the kids.
That's what was going on here.
Again, this is a translation issue.
So Verpi calls Jan.
They spend the night basically, again, dismembering.
Another body.
Yes, they dismember Malin's body using a knife and a saw.
they rob him and dispose of the remains.
They strip the body, severed the head, cut off the fingertips, you know, identification shit.
Verpi then, Jesus Christ, Verpe removed the internal organs.
She is crazy.
This is next level.
This isn't.
She's comfortable with the innards.
She'll cut him right open.
This is a sick fucking mind.
Wow.
We haven't had a lot.
lot of, then they took the internal organs out on crime and sports.
We had a few of that on small town murder, but crime and sports is...
Only a couple of sectioned a body for meat preparation.
Yeah.
So she chops those up in the smaller pieces so they'll fit down the toilet so she can flush all
this shit, all the internal organs, because if you flush the internal organs, it'll
delay the decay smell a little bit, because that's going to break down first.
then they took this man's severed head to the courtyard.
They just carried a head outside with them.
Yeah.
And tried to run it over with a car multiple times
to crush the skull without recognition.
But if you think about anything, a round object,
and you run into it with a car,
you're going to push it.
You're going to push it.
And that's all they kept doing was pushing it.
They couldn't run it over.
They didn't realize that you need to have.
And even if you run it over,
it's bone.
It's so hard to make that go away.
I mean, it's an odd way to do it, honestly.
And plus, how about looking out the window and seeing that out there?
Have you ever seen, yeah.
You see some jacked up chick, put a head down, walk back to her car, get in it, drive up, hit it with the tire, it slides.
They get out, set it back up again.
It's like Lucy and Charlie Brown with the football.
It's ridiculous.
It's like watching the NFL when there's wind blowing.
Yeah.
Windy game.
Someone's got to hold it, one guy.
Yeah, but
the, ah, God, Jesus.
Have you ever seen like when a squirrel
or a rabbit or hell, a bird,
a fucking prairie dog?
Anything gets hit.
Fuck a deer.
Anything gets hit on the freeway.
It's a grease spot for
so long.
Smushed, yeah.
It doesn't go away.
No, no, no, it certainly doesn't.
Now, the issue here is,
Remember Maria. Maria is the woman they just decided to bring back with them to the room too.
They don't just, she doesn't kill her.
Just leaves Maria B.
So Maria was forced to stay in the apartment while the dismemberment took place.
Wow.
And Verpi said, hey, just so you know, if you say anything to anybody,
I would have no problem finding your pancreas and flushing it down the toilet as well.
It's going to happen.
So there we go.
So for several days, Maria did nothing, just horrified and in fear.
But eventually, Verpi began bragging about the murder to acquaintances that she knew.
She's just telling people.
Why would you tell someone I flushed the organs down the toilet?
This is not impressive.
Why are you not afraid of the police and then?
That's what I'm wondering.
Apparently, she also kept a trophy from the crime, some sort of piece of this person as well.
And was showing it to people.
Yeah.
All right.
So Maria then contacts the police here.
Initially, she goes to the police.
She's crying.
I went to this house.
And they,
I was fucking lady and she's huge and she's all this big giant muscle lady.
Stabbed this guy in the back and then chopped him up and put fucking pieces of them in the toilet.
And they go, get the fuck out of here.
They don't believe her.
Yeah.
It sounds great.
Some big jacked up lady did this.
Okay.
Muscular.
All right, whatever.
They thought it was a drug-induced hallucination.
They said, what were you doing that night?
What drugs were you on?
Then after that, so they dismissed her.
They sent her on her way, told her to fuck off.
Then they started getting multiple tips because she's bragging about it all over the place.
And they go, holy shit, that lady might have been telling the truth.
There's a bunch of other people saying this shit.
So then they errated the apartment here and forensic evidence, the guy who they murdered,
where they dismembered him in his house.
And there's forensic evidence left behind.
They tried to clean it up, but you, dude.
There's only so much cleaning you can do.
Unless you are Dexter and you have completely lined it with plastic before the murder and been prepared,
you can't just kill someone, dismember them, then clean it up afterwards and not leaves and traces.
It's the thing about drains and traps.
Yeah.
When you do a paint job, the paint job takes no time at all.
It's all the prep work.
Fucking prep.
And murdering, I imagine.
I'm not used to that.
Paint your house.
But I got to assume.
Yeah.
Taping off your trim is everything.
That's what takes for...
It takes so long.
That's the fucking...
Takes forever.
That's the forever part.
But that's what makes it look good.
Either that or it doesn't work.
Exactly.
You got to...
You got to...
Murdering is a very...
You know, you got to be honest.
Specific.
Yeah.
They arrest her.
They go.
They arrest her.
They arrest Jan as well.
Yeah.
And that's that.
They're in jail sitting in finish prison waiting to be tried for multiple murders here.
Yeah.
Two dismemberment fucking murder here going on.
So they're sitting in jail and, you know, Furpy's like, how did I get here?
What the fuck did I?
I was on TV like seven years ago.
Like I was, I'm a gladiator and shit.
Now I'm sitting here.
What is to become of me?
Hopeless is the way to put it
Sure
Hopeless, crazy, jacked up
And then all of a sudden the cell door opens
There we go
And there he is everybody
It's Vince McMahon
Yeah
Former CEO or whatever the fuck he is
Of WWE
And he says
How is it you've come to arrive here
Oh my God
You have no idea
I flew here
And I don't even mean on a plane
I used my wings
And my back meat
and I flew from Greenwich, Connecticut, all the way to you, pal.
I've seen the footage.
I did it in my car.
I am impressed.
I drive it under the ocean.
I get here so fast.
Before I drown, I hit English soil.
That's how I do it.
So you, oh, look at you.
Oh, you're vascular.
Your breasts are gone.
They're gone.
Oh, look at you, which normally I wouldn't like.
You know how I am, but ooh.
Oh, you look.
You look like he could boss me around.
What do you say?
You look like a woman we could take into an office and lay her down.
And oh, my God, all the things we're going to do to you.
Oh, she's so jack.
Get a contract.
Get a 1099.
Oh, oh, God.
And Vince has to be dragged.
And Brock Lesnar's asshole over here.
That's where he grabbed it from.
He has to be dragged out of the cell because he can't even control himself anymore.
Poof, he's gone.
There's 1099s and everything.
And the finished government says he's not allowed over there for a,
a long period of time. It's too freaky.
So the trial
begins in 2004
and as you can imagine
in America this would be a circus
and this shit happens like
every day in America. You know what I mean?
Over there they don't like have a murder
rate really like they don't this shit doesn't
happen that often.
This would be crazy and we do this
all the time. Yeah it would still
be crazy but there
it was like
the biggest thing. The biggest thing
in the world, the chick who was on TV.
And that's the thing.
There wasn't even a ton of TV in like 93.
So people who were on TV were fucking famous.
It was like being in the 70s in America.
If you were famous, you were, everybody knew who you were on earth, like in the whole country.
So she's in there.
The Finnish tabloids have a fucking ball with this shit.
So Verpi and Jan attempt to plead diminished responsibility.
Crazy.
Is that not guilty?
Crazy. Verbi blamed her actions on a combination of alcohol and long-term hormonal imbalances caused by steroid use.
Yeah?
Which is probably true, but that's voluntary intoxication is what that is.
No, that's not, you're not, you weren't born crazy.
You drank and righted yourself into being a maniac.
That's a different type of thing here.
She said to the court, quote, I just snapped.
The hormones made it so I couldn't control my vote.
my emotions. She just, what? We got a TV show for you. She's like, I'm trying to get back on TV.
And maybe this is the way to do it. There was psychiatric evaluations, however, and both her and
were found to be fully aware of their actions and possessed a high risk for recidivism. So
they're going to do it again if they get out. These two are nuts. She's bad. They were described as
criminally cold and lacking empathy in a way that basically shocked psychiatrists, basically.
They're like, these two are really cold and scary.
Forensic examinations of the crime scenes yielded a bunch of evidence, including blood traces and DNA linking both of them to both the 2002 murder of Kari Antonin and disemm and whose body parts were cooked and eaten and all that shit.
and the Molininin killing in 2003.
Witness testimonies corroborated the timelines of when they were with these people, the same time they disappeared.
They have detailed confessions from the suspects outlining their roles and the stabbings, dismemberments, and disposals because they tried to say they were crazy, so they gave up what they did.
Anyway, the proceedings occur in district court.
apparently it was several days.
We don't know how long this took, but several days here.
The charges here after the court, I mean, if you're not going to get a, like a diminished capacity defense, you're really, there's really not a lot more to go on.
You're kind of shit out of luck at that point.
Otherwise, you're just guilty, right?
Yeah, they find verpi guilty of murdering Arto Melininin plus related offenses, including a violation of the sanctity of.
sanctity of the grave and protecting a criminal in connection with both cases.
Jan was convicted of the murder of Kari Pecha Antonin,
stabbing him in the apartment, plus the same related offenses for both cases,
dismemberment disposal of remains covering for each other, yada, yada.
An additional man who helped transport the boxes.
Remember that poor bastard?
Had no idea.
He literally said, will you help us bring shit to the dump?
He said, sure, no problem.
This poor bastard got five months suspended sentence for protecting a criminal.
But everybody knows about it still.
Yeah, he didn't even know.
He was like, I didn't fucking know about it.
So the defendants were granted the state mental examinations, again, for sentencing and full mental capacity.
Verpi was diagnosed with an unstable personality disorder featuring paranoid and antisocial traits.
She has a history of violence and difficulty controlling anger.
And obviously.
So they said they denied the murder charges,
is how they tried to get off,
but admitted to lesser killing elements, basically.
A few things that happened in the courtroom here.
Jan appeared in court for a couple days.
This has never been done in court.
Wearing clothing belonging to one of the victims.
He was wearing the hoodie of the fucking guy he murdered.
What?
In the apartment.
He wore the man's hoodie.
to court for the trial of whether he killed him or not.
Think about that.
Why did he do that?
Imagine if Ted Bundy's Seahawks shirt belonged to one of the chicks he killed.
That would be crazy.
Would it not be?
The craziest fucking thing ever?
That sport code.
He pulled it out of somebody's pocket closet on his way out the door.
Holy shit.
The prosecutor described this as showing a complete indifference and lack of remorse.
Yeah.
And a limited closet.
Let's be realistic here.
You can charge them with limited closeting.
Yeah.
Not a lot of winter clothes.
Not a lot there.
During presentation of the case facts, the prosecutor, they're telling about the murder of
Antonin, that murder, the dismembering.
Both defendants reportedly burst out into loud laughter at one point during the description
of what they did to them.
What the fuck, man.
They're cackling and.
caught about it? Cackling. I thought it was hilarious. Oh, boy. Yon gave graphic testimony about the
Antonin killing and subsequent facts, including eating and cooking parts of the legs, observations about
the severed head. I watched his face melt. Verpi testified about handling the head and other
post-killing actions. A woman present during the melanin events testified, the woman they brought
from the bar, that she saw everything, and Verpe threatened her as well. The prosecutor emphasized the
extreme level of fucking brutality here.
The absolute lack of any motive whatsoever to do this.
And also, they called them evil and said they were power seeking because in Jan's own words,
he said he felt invincible after the first killing.
Oh, what a piece of shit.
Yeah, this is fucking crazy.
So, wow, it's wild.
The judgment here stresses the particularly cruel and ruthless nature of the crimes,
repeated stabbing dismemberment disposal and concealment.
So it all comes down.
The court determines the murders were premeditated and aggravated by the brutality of the acts.
And this justifies the maximum penalty under Finnish law, which is to be tied to an ice block and pushed out into the North Atlantic.
It's actually, you crazy fucking nutbags.
May fuck off life in prison for both of you.
Forever.
Forever and ever and ever.
And Verpi was ordered to pay over 100,000 euros in compensation to the victim's families for pain and suffering and with enforcement handled through standard civil recovery mechanisms.
So they're going to get her jail money.
She appeals the verdict to the Court of Appeals arguing for a reduced sentence due to the influence of all the circumstances.
reduced sentence due to the influence of all this long-term steroid and alcohol abuse.
In April 2005, the appellate court laughed at her loudly and told her to fuck off, upheld the shit in full and affirmed everything.
Jan's concurrent appeal was also denied, so he gets a life term.
Did he appeal the same thing?
He appealed, yeah, appealed the same shit, saying he was crazy.
Now, under Finnish law, life imprisonment is the man.
mandatory penalty for murder, particularly cases involving multiple victims or extreme violence,
and does not preclude eventual parole consideration, typically after a minimum of 12 years served,
which is light.
Per?
No.
For everything.
You get life.
That means usually about 12 years, you start getting parole hearings.
We'll talk about it in 12 years.
Yeah.
So they said that this all made sense.
So Verpi starts serving her life sentence immediately following her conviction in June 2004.
So this, like I said, allows after a minimum period, typically around 12 to 14 years, you get a parole consideration, though individual cases vary based on risk assessments.
I don't know how anyone could be assessed more risky than these two fucking crazy people.
She marinated thighs and he ate them.
He fucking fried a face down.
Boiled a head to pull the teeth.
And cut the face off and fried it.
Oh, boy.
Imagine having a face looking up at you from the frying pan.
Oh, my God.
You have to be a whole other level of fucking wild.
So she went to the Turku prison, a facility for women and long-term inmates in southwestern Finland.
During her incarceration, she did daily, structured daily activities, focused on rehabilitation and skill building.
that's the other thing in other countries.
It's not like prison isn't criminal school there,
as much as it is an attempt to actually rehabilitate.
It's like if we're going to put them on the street one day,
we should probably try to do something with them.
Give them a skill or something.
Whereas here people go,
nobody's paying for my skill.
Why do you fuck?
And they get mad.
Why are you teaching them anything?
I'd rather have to pay to learn how to put HVAC in.
I'd rather have them get out,
commit a crime again,
then pay a whole bunch more money
to put them back in jail again.
again and it'll be way more expensive than if we taught him to weld but god damn it no one gave me
nothing that's the fucking american logic i got my refrigeration ticket all on my own that's right
i'm a tin knocker god damn it on my own my own accord so local three three nine to two tin knockers
of his union he's actually probably doing all right that's how he got his ticket he yeah
you got to get your ticket so she does all this shit she works in the prison so
shop, which sounds hilarious to see a giant, jacked up, roided chick sewing is really funny to me for some reason.
She breaks needle after needle.
It won't work.
Like, you have to thread it through the eye.
There's no way to force it.
It doesn't do won't work like that.
Stamps through several layers of fabric.
Oh, shit.
She also did educational programs pursuing studies aimed at obtaining a vocational
qualification, which demonstrated her involvement in personal development efforts as evaluated by prison authorities.
Now, prison records and parole evaluations note her compliance with routines and participation in therapy and work programs through forensic psychiatric assessments highlighted a high risk of reoffending and influencing the extended duration before they're going to parole her.
Because she's considered like the highest risk for reoffending.
Yeah.
She's opening bodies and flushing stomachs.
And then laughing about it in court.
That's a different kind of fucking level.
And wearing their clothes.
Fucking, wow.
The two of them are so deadly.
Wow.
So no major disciplinary incidents were publicly reported during her time.
She's being watched.
She keeps it between the lines.
She keeps it between the lines.
And she's not drinking and doing steroids either, which probably helps a lot.
I mean, it does.
You take a guy that went on a murder binge while he was all methed up and then take him off meth for six months.
be like, wow, that's crazy. Why did I do that?
I can't believe I did that.
So now, her co-offender, though, Jan
is serving a life sentence also
here, but he's
going to be paroled at some point here.
Really? Yes.
He is paroled after 15
years and nine months. They let him out.
Which seems, he melted
a face. That's not long enough.
That's amazing. That is wild.
They did also
rehabilitative shit with him, too. Same thing.
So.
Okay.
Okay. Now, back to Rasa, Ray Sanan. Remember her? Okay. Okay. 16-year-old hitchhiking.
That's right. Her getting stuck in the city center here.
Verpi, as she's in prison, they're trying to link her to this case.
Wow.
They're like, this would make sense for her. Although the other two were grown men who she had relationships with in the past.
And this is a 16-year-old girl. So, like, M-O-wise, it doesn't really fit.
but race of vanished obviously in October of 1999.
They had no solid leads,
but after Verpi's conviction,
a witness came forward,
a man saying that in the late 90s,
he had seen Verpi and Jan in possession of a severed head
belonging to a young woman.
Oh.
Okay.
I saw them with a young woman's severed head.
They've killed two men.
Yeah.
So where'd that come from?
Other witnesses placed a woman,
matching Verpi's description, dark-haired, muscular, and aggressive, near Raysa on the night
she vanished.
The problem if your Verpi is you can't hide and play in sight.
No.
No.
Yeah, used to go.
Every place you go, they go, they got jacked up-ass chick.
Jesus Christ, she's huge.
The police took the lead seriously enough to wiretap Verpe's phone while in prison as well.
It also was reported that a street musician who was an acquaintance of Verpi had told the
police he ran into Verpi in the city in around 1999 or 2000.
According to him,
Verpe pulled a human head out of her backpack and, quote, presented it to him.
Like an award.
Yeah, like it's a, like it's a video vanguard.
Like, what the fuck are you getting?
Here's your Oscar, sir.
Best.
Here's your moon.
Street performance.
Yeah.
So pulled the head out of her backpack and said, hey, check that out.
He believed that to be the head of a mannequin initially, because who the fuck carries around a severed human head in their backpack?
He didn't contact the cops until 2006.
Really?
2006, which is interesting here.
Now, police found the testimony to be consistent with her history.
Obviously, that's what they do.
But police were unable to positively confirm or exclude but as a suspect.
and have stated the emergence of more possible suspects could happen.
So no confession was ever recorded and the remains of Rasa have never been found.
Never been found.
Only suspect named in the case to this day is Verpi.
Really?
She's the only one.
Now, in August of 2017, she goes in for a court of appeal thing for parole.
Okay.
They decide that they will parole her.
December 31st, 2018.
Wow.
Which is insane.
It's unbelievable.
That is wild.
After 15 years and six months in prison, they're going to let her out.
15 and a half years.
Yeah.
I got to keep her till she is physically unable to do those things anymore,
until she's too, like, kind of old.
Yeah.
She's got to be at least 65 to get.
To not get caught by turning these bodies into a smaller piece.
and getting rid of it.
Yeah, in the trail mix, for Christ's sake.
While her boyfriend chomped on a man.
Yeah, yeah.
She denied she participated in the cannibalism, but I don't know.
Fair.
Fine.
Deny all you want, but you helped.
You were, you seasoned legs.
You saw it, yeah.
You said more salt on the legs, please.
You marinated it.
I want to know what she marinated with.
Seasonings or was it a sauce?
A marinade.
Oh, my God.
So we're talking liquid.
It was like a brine.
She brined it.
Oh, my God.
That's wild.
Now, this Court of Appeals had to give her parole because the criminal sanctions agency, which does this sort of thing normally, recommended against release due to her psychiatric evaluations assessing her risk of committing another crime as very high.
Yeah, I recommend against it also.
You know, I'm going to have joined the growing chorus of Finnish fucking lawmakers that say,
She should probably do a couple more years.
Yeah.
The court cited mitigating factors, including Butts completion of educational programs during incarceration.
I don't know how that would make you less crazy.
Her long-term adaptation to prison routines.
Okay.
Good.
And the availability of an apartment along with supportive family relationships to facilitate a societal reintegration.
So she's got a place to stay, you guys.
Wow.
She's got a roof.
Wow.
they're like a murderous couple like that too when those are those are the worst kinds when they
fuel each other because they didn't even talk about it but I bet there was fucking involved in
this too oh god yeah I bet there was in between courses they were fucking like this is
oh lord that's what usually they fucked with that blood on them right on them yes smearing it
on each other had to be um or feeding each other hors d'urves yeah I don't know well so
Butts release occurred under supervised parole terms.
Okay.
So she's not just, you know, willy-nilly.
Yeah, she doesn't have a car.
She can't just get out.
No.
There's a probationary oversight by authorities to monitor compliance and prevent her from
fucking up again.
There are specific restrictions on residents or associations are not publicly detailed.
The parole framework emphasized structured supervision to address the fact that she is
a ticking time bomb, basically.
So now she gets out and everybody out there doesn't want her out there.
All the people when they see her, they're like, we don't want this woman on the street.
You know, she's publicly shunned as she should be.
I mean, this is...
She's only 15 years older.
Yeah, this isn't old enough.
So the media officials highlighting concerns over her potential danger.
Despite this, her family was noted as a primary support system helping to mitigate
gate challenges.
Well, that doesn't matter, though.
Now, her co-offender was granted parole, like three months later, March 1st, 2019.
Jan was let out under similar supervised conditions.
He's got three years of probation after this.
Not the rest of your life.
We're going to keep an eye on you.
You should be good in three years if you can keep it together.
Wow.
Okay.
2017, October 25th.
This is an article here.
All right, let's read this article here.
Sometimes it really seems through the public lens that people do have a sense of right and wrong, and that is being put to the test.
This autumn, the release of Verpe Butt, a woman serving a life sentence for murder and dismemberment since 2004, has caused a stir, especially because the criminal sanctions agency, was against the call.
In Butts case, the court ruled the prisoner's desire and aspiration for returning to civilian life have weighed more than a psychiatrist's statement deeming her to be dangerous.
They say she's too dangerous to come out.
She says, but I really want to come out and they go, well, that outweighs your danger, obviously.
If you really want, you didn't say you really wanted to.
She said, I'm serious.
And they were like, oh, okay, she's serious.
Let her in.
I'm glad you guys asked because I'm really excited.
Not many comments defending Butts release have been seen in the public eye.
This one professor here they talk about has stated he believes that not all convicts should even have the opportunity to walk free again.
This professor still sees Butts coming exemption as a solitary case with no effect on the big picture governing the believability of the justice system in the eyes of the people.
He said if the guideline changes so that more emphasis is placed on the rights of the convict at the expense of the people's safety, that can,
be problematic. He also says tightening or alleviating punishment should in any case only happen
after a diverse discussion and end in an acceptable compromise. God, this is what it's like living
in Finland. Reasonable people talk about, you know, we can talk about it, have a discussion and then
come to a compromise. Perhaps. Imagine if that was, how much less crazy of a society would we have
if that was how people, that things worked here? Rather than, I want it, we're going to take him in the
Middle of the street.
Yeah.
We're going to cover him in honey, let ants bite him and then set him aflame.
That's one side.
You know what I mean?
Balls over a candle.
Yeah.
And somebody else is like, oh, but his mom was mean to him.
We should let him out.
Like, he shouldn't even do any time.
Like, we can't.
There's no compromise in between.
You only get one or the other, depending on.
There is a, it's crazy.
They're showing it right now with this Krista Pike gal.
Because she went through hell as a child.
but she also, fucking...
Yeah.
And then in prison, she's tried to strangle the chick and all this.
She's been terrible.
Yeah.
Yeah.
There was somebody posted this, and these are my least favorite post, by the way.
There's nothing more ignorant than this.
The, um, some guy killed three pedophiles in Arizona in prison and everyone, tons of cops.
I can't wait to, to donate to his fucking commissary.
I'm going to buy him.
Fucking noodles.
Hero.
Every, get him a cape, all this shit.
All I did was look his name up.
Yeah.
It's no, Google, it's so easy.
It takes two seconds.
No one doesn't.
I looked him up.
What he did to get in there was way worse than anything that the three people he killed.
He killed people, was looking to kill more people at standoffs with the cops was a fucking nut.
Then started a fucking riot in the prison.
Took over, kidnapped two prison guards, a man and a woman.
Wraped one.
Killed the man and then repeatedly beat and raped the fucking woman for days on end torturing her.
And they were like, yeah.
But at least she's not a baby.
He killed a pedophile.
Like, I don't fucking care.
That's a horrible person.
I'm not giving him shit.
And is that what we want the law to be?
Hey,
you're sentenced to gladiator fucking fight clubs from now on.
That's not how we do things.
That's the point.
Then we're as bad as them.
Get it?
Dumbies?
He's not just a, he's not a bank run.
He didn't get in there because he had a fucking hedge fund that was a legal thing.
He rapes and murders people.
People who like to murder people are murderers.
Right.
They're not good people.
They like to kill people.
That's crazy.
We can't have those people.
They're bad people.
We shouldn't reward their fucking thing.
I mean, keep the pedophiles in prison.
Obviously, fuck them, but we're not rewarding people for murder now.
That's insane.
Krista was multiply raped by multiple people systematically, and it was a horrible childhood.
But you don't get.
to keep a piece of a woman's skull
because she fucked your boyfriend.
And not worse than Chloe Driver.
End of story. That's it. Chloe Driver wins
in all this. That's the woman who killed her baby
and then stabbed herself in the fucking throat.
Oh, right, right. Right. Right. Because she,
her brothers and father started raping her at like eight and then
sold her to other people to rape for years and years before
she was in a cult and drank piss and fucking did that.
Yeah. You can have horrible things
happen to you.
Yeah. And, and,
And it is mitigating.
But you don't get to blame your future behavior on other people's bad behavior.
And we tend to put extra emphasis on how much stank is on the crime, too.
If you carry it around a piece of that chick skull, because we did that case, you carry around it.
And showing it to people.
And showing it to people and all that.
That is a different level of, you don't get it in this.
You don't get how society works.
You think this is cool.
You're fucked up.
And she didn't show people that to scare them.
She showed them that to be like,
Look how badass I am.
You're gross.
She tried to strangle a chick with a wire or a cord or some shit.
A shoe string.
A shoe string.
She took a shoe string and tried to strangle that bitch and then tried to escape subsequently.
She's a bad person and dangerous.
So by the way, this finished guy went on to say, call votes and rush decisions are not an option.
That could get ugly fast.
God, what it must be like to live in a reasonable place.
So anyway, they said that that's how that goes.
And some people, nobody really feels bad for her.
So she's walking around and everybody hates her.
And, you know, not many people feel bad for her.
I mean, I can't imagine.
I feel bad for not really her, but not nearly as bad as I feel for.
What?
Is there a verpe butt?
There isn't, but there is all of her other names.
Change names.
I got Francesca Lucrezia.
who works for McLaren Racing in England.
I got a Francesca Lucrezia again,
who works at a spa,
and then a Francesca Lucrezia again,
who I don't even know where the fuck she works,
but she's somewhere.
It's another cow.
Yeah, it's another check.
So following her release from prison on New Year's Eve, 2018,
she must have tied one on that night,
verpi relocates to K-U-R-U, a small rural village,
near the city where she murdered people.
She had to have a stable living arrangement for her parole shit.
She moved into a 1950s-era single home owned by her then partner,
a man in his 50s here.
In early 2019, she began working for the nationally operating finish company,
a role that supported her efforts to rebuild routine and financial independence.
We don't know what she did, but she did something.
She got in a relationship with her housemate shortly after release.
They got married.
Wow.
She legally changed her name to Lucrezia Francesca Pandora Butt at that point.
Amazing.
This didn't last long.
No, she got a divorce?
In June of 2021, her husband filed for a divorce after less than a year of marriage,
stating that their shared life had ended and noting that they have no children together.
And that's that.
She remained, I guess, from 2019 to 21.
She stayed close with her two adult sons.
Yeah?
Though we don't know exactly what they did, but she talked to them.
Basically, she just, she would not even go out during the day.
She liked to go out at night to avoid people seeing her and shit.
Like she was...
What's scarier?
A murderer on the street at night?
Come on.
That makes it worse.
Well, they won't recognize her as a murderer at night.
That's her goal.
That's still happening.
then hiding the shadows.
Yeah.
November 22nd, 2021.
She relocated here.
She ended up going to Ghana in West Africa.
Wow.
She can do that?
You can leave the country?
Apparently, yeah, after your probationary period's up.
And also, if she's leaving, they're like, bye.
Get out.
Someone else wants you.
Great.
That's fine.
Yeah.
So apparently she's spent a lot of time in West Africa, including Ghana, here, where she ends up dying on November 22, 2021.
What?
Yep.
She's dead.
The Finnish police conducted death investigation, determining the cause, but kept all the details confidential.
They said no criminal activity is suspected in connection with her death.
Wow.
Would not be surprised if she OD'd on something or who the fuck knows.
So, yeah, that's all we know.
She was the sole suspect still of the Raysian-Ras-N disappearance.
Racinen?
Yeah, that's right.
I want to say Raysen in, and it's messing me up.
So, yeah, there's all this.
Now, her death halted all potential questioning in this case,
leaving the investigation to this young woman's death to be basically hanging in the wind here.
Then here's an article from January 26, 2002.
It's a rough finish translation here.
I guess neighbors say that she, her and her husband's home,
I guess she would just go at night places, like I said,
and she would do snow work at night.
Oh, like clearing things?
Clearing snow, I guess.
One person knew verpy butt and said that she kind of stayed out of the, tried to stay out of the spotlight here.
Now, apparently, yeah, she took off.
She's released.
I'm trying to find out here.
Yeah, that's the thing.
People when she was out, they just said that she was kind of weird.
One said personally, I thought she certainly didn't start killing and cutting.
I guess when they got out, it's hard to tell because it's badly translated.
One said I wasn't worried about having her as a neighbor.
I've got the impression that these acts in doing, she has been confused about all the substances.
So I think the substances made her crazy, so I'm not worried about it.
Okay.
This person said, I would like to think that people could reconcile their actions.
They said that one neighbor said she saw verpi working.
working snowy in his yard in the middle of the night.
I don't know what that means.
I'm assuming.
Snow work.
In the middle of her is yard, which is like snow blowing your property and then just
sending you a bill?
Yeah.
I don't know what the fuck happened there.
But she didn't really spend any time with her neighbors.
She basically would put a big jacket and a beanie on so nobody would recognize her.
And they said, yeah, they have no idea.
they said that there was a bunch of rumors about her.
One of the rumors, which wasn't true,
was that she went to work for a butcher shop,
which might have been good or good for her.
Never know.
At one point, her and her husband disappeared.
Oh.
Then the house was foreclosed on and put for sale
in an online auction.
Where the fuck did he go?
All right.
Let's see here.
Now, neighbors said they don't know.
Rumors said they moved to Spain.
That's what they heard.
One said maybe Bulgaria.
Yeah.
It's very fucking weird here.
So anyway, that's when it started coming out publicly after she died, that she was the suspect in that Razor-Rezan case.
They were all like, oh, Jesus Christ.
They said that she, here's another badly translated article from her.
finish here. They call her a muscular gladiator and feared fire killer. I don't know what that
is she putting out fires. Um, no. Is that a, is that a fireman? I don't know. I don't know what
the fuck that is. That's very fucking weird. And a lot of their, her friends were just saying, you know,
she was really nice. And then she got like, um, she met this guy at the gym. And that's,
that's when things started going downhill. And they, they started to, uh, um, um,
you know, drink a lot and have all sorts of other problems here.
One person said, and this is badly finished, finish translation, she was such a quiet elevator.
I don't know.
A background character on the show.
She didn't remember, and I just don't have memories of her.
She did her own business, but stayed very distant from me.
Okay.
There was a generally relaxed.
Like an elevator or somebody who supports the other cast?
elevate them. I don't know.
There was a generally relaxed mood in the gang, and it was easy to get involved, but she was
marginalized and quiet and didn't become familiar to me.
So whatever the case is here, they said later on when they saw her, she was, quote,
no longer so well-groomed-looking.
She once came up against a jeans painter.
We both our head snapped to each other like, I mean, anything?
Came up against one?
against a jeans painter.
Who the...
Painting jeans?
Okay.
They said the muscle mass
also had gotten big.
Maybe her jeans were painted on?
Maybe?
I don't know.
Like, she was like,
I have no idea.
Or is that somebody's profession
that was on the show?
Maybe.
She shot them with tennis balls.
Boom, boom, boom.
In one person said about her
a memory from a bar,
she was drunk.
When a man came to the table,
but said
the nearby goes or I'll beat the I'll beat him to pieces I left the restaurant with a taxi
and I remember saying to the bartender that but and his and the companions don't go to the same
taxi make sure they don't come okay she everyone just said she was crazy everyone
quote after quote crazy crazy crazy she said I used hormones more than the men in the halls
I wanted big muscles.
She also said, which makes sense.
You'd have to be a woman to get that big.
You have to do more.
Yeah.
So that's how it works.
And she said that my voice lowered and it's still not recovered.
Oh.
Yeah.
So we don't know what happened, though.
With all that, they're talking about taking when she took the head to the, in a bag to the bar.
She first went to.
the pub with a beer and told acquaintances that the victim was dead, the guy she killed.
When she wasn't believed, she brought his head as a piece of evidence.
Oh, boy.
Now, one person said, I thought someone else was telling the authorities about it because I couldn't do it.
I was afraid I was partly guilty.
I was afraid I would take the kids away, but then told me in court.
Jesus Christ.
So, wow, that's a lot.
That's a real lot here.
They never find her friend?
Well, no.
They never find him, apparently, that I can find.
But the guy she married.
The girl that she...
Oh, no, Raysa?
No, we never find Raysa.
Nothing.
Gone.
She's just the main suspect because people saw her with her head.
Wow.
Then, July 30th, 2025, Yanni Hiv Nonen, the other murderer here, he's dead as well.
What?
Yep.
He lived in a terrorist house, they said.
His business partner, who was convicted of attempted murder in recent years, lived in the same row house.
And a person serving a life sentence for an axe murder also lives in the row house.
So it's like murderer's row, literally.
Oh, my God.
And posse, did that guy kill him?
Well, a 43-year-old man described as a serial offender and a business partner of Hyvonan is suspected of the murder.
The other suspect is Jikri, Tapani, Palakamaki, who was recently released from a life sentence.
He was serving it for a murder he committed in 2004.
Why did he go into business with the guys that murders people?
Who else will go into business with you if you're the guy that ate a face?
Yeah.
He's in like what they do with sex offenders.
They all live in the same place.
Like that's what he is.
Like he's the murderer's row here.
That's wild.
Hey, what if we all started a business?
together is a crazy thing to ask a bunch of murderers.
So, yeah.
Now, this, I guess, has a big, like, it's a very well-known case in Finland.
It's a huge deal.
And it said at the time, challenged the nation's liberal sentencing laws and forced a conversation
about the intersection of celebrity culture, performance-enhancing drugs, and mental health.
And the thing is, though, it doesn't really, it doesn't really put any of, you know,
of the sentencing under
this microscope
because neither of them
did anything once they got out.
They didn't,
if they killed somebody else,
that would put it under,
but they were killed.
So it's different.
Yeah, I wonder what,
I wonder how she died.
We don't know.
It happened in Ghana.
The Finnish authorities know,
but we don't.
The families of the two murdered men
said,
you know,
they never got Kari
Antoninanin,
and they never got any remains.
Family had an empty grave.
Raysa,
no one knows what happened
to her.
Right.
And old verpy diamond butt over here.
Opening Pandora's butt is kind of the edge of it all there.
So apparently this came from a, this suggestion for this case came from someone named Sarah O that sent it to the inbox there.
So thank you for that suggestion because it's different.
And we like doing some different shit.
And there you go.
A finish gladiator fucking cannibal dismemberer.
Take that.
It's, fuckers.
It's amazing that she changed everything.
name except for the one that matters.
That's what I did.
At the time I was like, you changed three names that were fine.
You keep butt though.
That's what you choose to keep.
Yeah, unless verpy means cunt and finish.
I think it means cut butt.
She's like, I don't want to be cut, but.
That's kind of weird.
Jesus Christ.
Anyway, there you go.
There is verpey butt and the great finish.
