Okay, cool. Let's get into this Fulio situation. So, guys, the news report came out early. And by the way, the news was really early on this. They didn't wait hours. We actually happened in a wee hours of the morning. So by the time they heard it, they got out there and they, you know, asked the investigators to give a statement, which they got a statement. Okay, so here we go.

At this point, around 440 this morning, we received a 911 call about a shooting that happened here in the parking lot behind me on McKinley and Fowler. What we have learned, and again, this is all very early in the investigation, is that two cars were shot at. Four people were shot in total as a result of this. Three of them were transported to hospitals, and one was pronounced deceased here on the scene. So we are working to learn what led up to the shooting,

motive. You can see behind me a lot of officers are here. They are talking with witnesses. They are looking for video as it pertains to this shooting. As far as the people that are at local hospitals, we are working to get an update on their condition. It seems like they will survive their injuries. But again, that's very early in the investigation. Those are really the details that I have at this point as we're unfolding and getting updates. I'll take a couple of questions for what I can't say. Do you know that we're staying here with some kind of beef or rivalry? At this point, it's part of the investigation, but it seems that they might have been coming here to the hotel to get a room. Can you say anything about the guests that were staying in the hotel?

Did they have to be evacuated or were they told to stay in place after the incident this morning? Part of the investigation. I don't think so because of what time it happened. At this point, you know, guests are waking up and we're updating them and we are assisting them with anything that. They need assistance with it this time, but it didn't happen inside the hotel. It was in the parking lot. And so do you know how many suspects there were? How many people had guns?

Part of the investigation, we're hoping to be able to figure that part out as well as get a description of the suspect so that we can get that information out to you. But I can tell you that there are cameras here and our officers are working to view all of the cameras and talk with people, you know, who might have seen anything or heard anything. And I think that's the biggest thing at this point. You know, we always say it, but in cases like this, it really does make the difference. If you saw something, if you heard something, any little detail can help us figure out what happened here. We know at this point.

Okay. So, it's a brief explanation by, um, um, a spokesperson from Tampa police. Now, very important that we kind of, you know, as we start this in, you know, salute to y'all every time we, you know, unfortunately have to kind of like do a deep dive in one of these things you guys are super helpful so slew to soots my fellow detectives out there we want to get it done all right first and foremost let's let's do something real quick google dot com all right very interesting all right so we all know that folio is from jacksonville his issues are in jacksonville he's from one particular gang that's beefing with another rival gang.

Notoriously, Young and Ace is connected and affiliated with that other gang. By the way, I'm saying Young and Ace's name, but I'm not in any way, shape, or form saying that Young and Ace is behind us. Please note that there's gang wars happening in Jacksonville. But we also know some of the back and forth through the music. Now, if you listen to, for example, who I smoked by Young and Ace, Spin a Ben, and what was it, Fast Money Groom or whatever the cases, they're dissing a few people.

Those people are connected to Fulio. Fulio drops a response song when I see you. When he drops that song, he's dissing about 20 people. I remember reacting to that. I said, I've never seen, like, I won't be honest with you. Like, he dissed so many dead people. He diss more dead people than I know close friends alive. Like, I don't got 20 friends.

he there's 20 dead people that's what's crazy anyway i'm saying all this to say there's been ongoing back and forth now apparently foolio's birthday was the 21st fulio birthday so his birthday was june 21st so he didn't die on his birthday okay he died today which is the 23rd so his birthday was two days ago and yes he did turn 26 very young. We're going to get into some of the attempts on his life. Apparently there were four attempts already. I think this was the fifth.

There's so much irony in this story. Fulio, and is When I See You song, he basically has like some, some lines that are eerie now that we see without to eat on his birthday. Four shot, three dead in the worst way. Now, the reason why that's important is that Fulio died two days after his birthday while celebrating his birthday.

And allegedly, four people were shot as well. Except there was one dead and three injured. Now, in this situation, he's talking about he's talking about young and ace. Young and Ace was a part of the group of people who went out for a particular person's birthday and everybody else died

but Young and Ace he was the only one who survived that's why they said four shot, three dead. The irony of this is in this situation four shot one dead. In Young and A's situation, he was the only one that survived.

In Fulio's situation, he was the only one that died. There's really eerie irony surrounding this whole thing. Okay. As we're looking stuff up, Tampa to Jacksonville. It's about three hours and three minutes. If you take I-75, you can see it right here. Jacksonville is up north.

Tampa is right here. It's important that we point that out because we're probably again, when I did interview Fulio, even though he had family and friends in Jacksonville, due to some of the cases he said, and also because he had a record deal, he tried to stay out of Jacksonville,

but, you know, there's a lot of people he knew there. Anyway, I don't know if he went to Tampa directly from Jacksonville, but it's important noting that even if he didn't travel from Jacksonville to Tampa, it is still within driving distance that he was at a place that the people in the place that don't like him

could definitely make a drive. At this point we're not putting out any theories of what happened, but we're just pointing out a few things that we should probably think about. Okay. Now, his Instagram is still up and all the stories he posted that night are still up. From what we know,

Fulio came up on the north side of Jacksonville in one of the most active areas of the city called Six Block. He told Cam Capone news that he lost his first homie at just 15 years old. And by the time he was 20 years old, he already lost 15 of his friends to the streets. After he got kicked out of school in ninth grade, Fulio got sent to an alternative school in Op Territory, and that's when some crazy stuff went down. On the first day of school, someone from the Op Hood got killed waiting for the bus, and

Fulio started dissing them all over social media. A lot of people at school thought Fulio had something to do with the hit, and he ended up getting into a fight over it. Throwing hands is one thing, but after the last bell rang, the situation took a wild turn. Fulio hopped on the bus, but the ops was following him, and while he was walking down the street, someone started letting off shots at him and his homies. A bullet hit Fulio in the leg and knocked his hip out of place, so he had to crawl away while the shooter was still busting shots. Fulio made it to the front yard of a woman who lived in the neighborhood and asked for help,

but she just told him to get off her property and wouldn't do anything for him. Fulio passed out and woke up to the cops at EMT surrounding him. Then he blacked out again and woke up in the hospital. The ops was the only ones who thought he was involved with the murder that went down that morning, and the police started questioning him over the situation. Eventually, Fulio proved that he was just going to school that morning and didn't catch the body. But after that day, his whole life took a brutal turn. Fulio actually tried working a normal job in the factory for a little while, but it only lasted a few months, and he went right back to his street activities.

Fulio went deeper into the streets and started rapping at the same time. At first it was just something he was doing on the side, but after a couple of his early tracks started popping off, he realized that it could be his ticket out of the trenches. Around the same time, Fulio was getting the buzz in the city, another, The rapper named Young and Ace was laying down tracks, but instead of linking up and putting on for Jacksonville together, they split the city in half and dozens of bodies have dropped on both sides. Everything allegedly started with Fulio's cousins Zion Brown getting killed in 2017. Zion was at his crib when a dude named Deontre Thomas threw a brick through the window and started letting off shots.

Two girls in the house got hit and survived, but Zion tragically didn't make it out alive. Ace and Thomas was tight, and in 2018, they found Both got hit with charges for allegedly robbing a weed dealer and letting off shots. Ace skated on the case, but a few months later, he suffered a brutal loss that took his beef with Fulio to the next level. Ace, his brother, and two of his best friends went out to eat and celebrate his homie's birthday. And when they left the spot, a shooter rode up on them and dumped a clip into their car. Ace got hit eight times, but he was the only one who wasn't killed.

After it went down, Fulio set some shots on social media, and he told Sage Cheese TV that he didn't feel bad about it because he knew they do the same thing if he was the one who got killed. Even though he was dissing Ace's dead homies, Fulio said the beef wasn't that deep. But what happened next proved that wasn't the case. In January 2019, a rapper named Boss Goon was shot and killed in Jacksonville outside a nightclub. He had just been released from prison after serving a decade behind bars,

and his own dad got hit up in the same shooting that killed him. Boss Goon was the older brother of Ace's homie K-So, who's allegedly one of the top shooters in Ace's ATK crew. Kay saw already had a rep in the streets, but after his brother died, he allegedly clapped back and killed one of Fulio's best friends. Little Bibby was always hanging around Fulio, even though his homie K Shorty warned him to stay away. Fulio was already one of the most hated dudes in the city, and Kay Shorty knew that Bibby could

get caught up in all the drama and have a target on his back too. Unfortunately, Bibby ain't listened, and in February 2019, a shooter walks him down outside his apartment building and started letting off shots. He tried to get away, but the shooter ran up and killed him in broad daylight. Ace's side started dissing Bibby like crazy. And Kay So dropped the track Kay So bitch and rap. And you know we smoke Lil Bibi, bitch, Kso bitch. Glock's and Ugers, we be hitting shit.

Leakey was putting on crazy pressure in the street. And in September 2020, it all cut up to him when he was killed sitting right next to spend events. They was both in the whip with some other homies when another car pulled up and started letting off shots.

And by the time they was finished, Leakey was dead. Nobody was ever booked for the murder, but Leaky's sister claims that Fulio was involved with the hit.
