For those people, I look at and I say, it's okay. I've never made my career by peas in you. And there's the people who, they're well informed, they're well researched,

they're going to take the information, they're going to go to another channel for another breakdown, they're going to go to this other resource. They're pretty much in the game, just like I'm in the game. And for those people, they're going to be the ones who fact check. They're going to not only care about word, you know, salad and all this other stuff. They're going to say, well, what is the truth? And for those people, whether they are in my favor or not, those are the people I do care about. So, yeah, the conversation is going on.

We have multiple things in an ecosystem that's kind of moving around. So I am very pleased with, you know, remember I told you, coming out of, I think I dominated the first half of the year. And he blatantly even says he says Twitter activist, which means he's pretty much looking at Twitter conversations and kind of formulating his responses. Now, he mentioned Colin Kaepernick, right? And he said, yo, they're trying to bring him back up, but buddy took a check.

and along with taking a check, he signed a deal that had a non-discharagement clause. Now, usually that's considered mostly what we consider an NDA, right? That would be part of an NDA. NDA is a non-disclosure agreement, but usually a non-disclosure agreement, you have a non-disparagement agreement as well. But that is part for the course of settlements.

Anyway, the point is Jay-Z alludes that, or puts out there that Colin signed a deal where he should not be bad-mouthed, either Jay-Z or the NFL, because he took the money, he took the check. And again, let me just play the line one more time. The characters had to bring back up cap again. A buddy took a check.

TMZ is now reporting, let me see, at least on the Kaepernick side, that supposedly the freestyle didn't exactly tell the truth. And it says Jay Z spitting fiction, not facts.

So they're saying Jay Z is lying yet again. When he claims Colin Kaepernick agreed to be silenced by the NFL, an allegation Jay dropped on live on stage at the Yankee Stadium and one that's refuted by sources who are speaking with Timsy Sports. They're saying the moment came during Jay Z's Friday night opener in a freestyle aimed at his critics. He said they run out of characters, had to bring up Cap again. But he took a check. I ain't even mad at him. But along with that check, you have to sign a non-disparagement. I'm the one they can't control.

The shot of Kaepernick, seven years after he and the NFL reached a settlement, had some fans wondering, why now? But sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ sports, the bigger issue is Jay-Z is wrong. Colin Kaepernick did not sign a non-disparagement agreement when he settled the lawsuit. in which he claimed the NFL teams were colluding to keep him out of league. Okay? So we're told that no clause was included in the 2019 deal sign, and there are plenty of receipts to back that up, namely social media posts where the former QB has remained critical of NFL teams for not hiring him.

As one source would put it, Colin couldn't post about how many days it's been since the team hired him if he'd agreed not to say anything bad about the NFL. As for the why now part, it's possible that Colin Kaepernick was on Jay's mind because, as we reported on Friday, prior to the concert, Colin Kaepernick and Talaparrier paying for the funeral services and for a private autopsy for Nolan Wells. That's the Mississippi teen if you don't know who died last week under mysterious circumstances. If that's not, you know, a four, if it's not that, it's just puzzling why I would raise the Colin Kaepernick topic. Again, now, I'll kind of interject here and just basically. add-on for TMZ,

Jay-Z's responding to everything is on Twitter, right? We even brought up the Colin Kaepernick thing in the conversation with Charlemagne. So it makes sense where if Jay-Z's now caring about every critique that people have of him, which I think he should,

he's responding to him. So yes, there were a lot of people openly criticizing Jayze and Rock Nation for getting business with the NFL producing the Super Bowl halftime shows because they felt he sold out Kaepernick, who he had publicly supported back when the Nealing controversy

to explode. Okay? However, all that talk died down and nearly after a decade of water under the bridge making the jab at Colin makes it even more of a head scratcher, and especially because the rest of the show has been lauded for surprise performances

including Beyonce, Rihanna, Alicia Keys, M&M, Usher, Nause, and even Farrell Williams. So, of course, Kaepernick and NFL's deal prevent both sides from revealing the terms of this settlement, right? We've reached out to Jay's camp, but no word yet. Okay. Now, this situation with Kaepernick, I've kind of like outlined it before, but we also just have to keep circling back to what, and I got to shout to Van Laithen here. Van Laithen gave a proper explanation of kind of what that situation was. Listen to this. And this is the reality. This is what happens, at least in what happened, at least in this one instance, because I was there.

I know for sure. I'm not saying it was Jay-Z. I can't say that Jay-Z did anything, right? But I know for sure, for sure, that Rock Nation was seeding negative stories about Colin Kaepernick during the time that he... Hey, Van Lathen, you're manic. You're a little crazy, buddy.

You think Rock Nation did what? Where's your proof? your manic he was really in traction with Jay-Z for sure this is after the Rock Nation

NFL deal has been announced and give Harvey more credit than just with how he played this I'll give him credit for the

fact that he goes hey I just got this information on the phone I know who was on the other end of the phone

I know who Harvey's Rock Nation contact is right I just got this Desiree

Perez this information on the phone and all of these things about Colin Kaepernick is what I just got told, right? And Harvey comes over to me and he says all of this stuff and he's like, yeah, did you know that he actually doesn't really want to play?

And I looked at Harvey and I said, look, I don't think that we here at TMZ should be getting in the middle of what's going on between Colin Kaepernick and Jay-Z. I think if we run what essentially was a hit piece on Colin Kaepernick, I don't think we have the cultural cachet to do that, number one, to insert ourselves

into the middle of that situation. And also, I think it's choosing a side in something that is literally at the core, the core of a black cultural discussion right now. I don't think we should do it. He went and got back on the phone, and when he came back, there was a different story. And the story that ended up making it to TMZ

was that Jay-Z somehow had the inside track on becoming an NFL owner because of his relationship with the NFL. And that ended up being the story. And the reason why that story went up is because it was still a story that kind of explained why he had decided to take the deal with the NFL. It was a story that made it make sense to people. Like, oh my God, maybe Jay-Z, as the owner of a team, can then put Colin on a team. Or maybe moving on from the kneeling situation is worth it because we're going to get a black owner in the NFL. Or just have some influence towards black culture of people within the NFL.

Right, right, right, right. Full disclosure. I know Colin Kaepernick and Nessa. I do not know Jay-Z or any of the higher-ups at Rock Nation. But the fact that they were people from Rock Nation that were trying to put negative stories about Colin Kaepernick into the ether is true. Interesting. Very interesting. Again, I'll be honest, it's politics as usual and as Rock Nation as usual. I'm like a broken clock. You've seen the latest way they've tried to attack me. They got Charlemagne now claiming that. the only person in media who has a biomethematics degree, I'm the crazy one. Cool, fine.

However, that's their angle of, like, I think this is tried and true. Like, we all know what this is, right? So it's like, I don't even need to keep saying it. So is Rock Nation doing what Rock Nation does? I'm actually very interested that TMZ publish Kaepernick's side. Now, I'm going to be honest. I'm still disappointing Kaepernick. Kaepernick, I've always critiques you for not having a voice.

voice for your own movement. But even now, it's clear Kaepernick or his wife fed the story to TMZ, right? Like, bro, you're getting called out on stage for doing something you supposedly didn't do. Use your mouth. Pause. Like, speak. Like you're leaking a story to TMZ about your deal that they could back you up, that Jay-Z didn't tell the truth.

How about you speak for yourself? But again, you know, I definitely understand, at least at this point, you know, that's not. it's probably very difficult to go against the machine. And the machine at this point is definitely Rock Nation. So it is what it is. But I'm disappointed in Kaepernick. Not that much in Rock Nation is politics as usual with them. But when it comes to Colin Kaepernick, brother, you have a mouth.

How does this fit into a larger pattern that we've seen from President Trump pardoning elected officials? Donald Trump has pardoned historic numbers of elected officials. Typically, crimes involving public corruption are taken very seriously, and corrupt public officials are rarely considered for presidential pardons because of the betrayal of public trust that's involved in the underlying crimes. In this case, Donald Trump is really sort of normalizing public corruption by liberally pardoning, corrupt public officials who are charged with offenses that involve abusing their political offices to enrich themselves. That's the case with this congressman. Notably, this congressman had not yet stood trial for these charges. So, you know, Trump is saying that this was an unfair prosecution

in some way by the Biden administration. If that is the case, we could expect that that would play out in front of a jury within acquittal. But rather than allowing that process to play out, Trump has intervened and granted him a presidential pardon. Let's turn to this pardon of the former Honduran president, Juan Orlando Hernandez. He was contended of the private equity. Able to tie any supposedly fraudulent representations to Mr. Gentile. How many of these white-collar pardons or commune? And that's what I think Boossey might get the short end of the stick.

I think Trump is much more likely to pardon people who have done white-collar crime, fraud, bribery. you know, misappropriated funds. And Donald Trump has essentially wiped out the obligations of these folks who've received the pardons to pay back that money to their victims. We've seen some very large fraudsters receive the benefit of pardons, and it is greatly beneficial to them financially because they then no longer have to pay back the debts that they owe to their victims. Is there a way to reign in the power of the presidential pardon?

The Constitution gives the president very broad discretion to do whatever he wants. ultimately with the pardon power. He does not have to follow the recommendations of the Justice Department, and that has been a problem. I will say that there are things that could greatly improve the transparency and accountability of the president for pardon decision-making that could be done without amending the Constitution. One thing is more congressional oversight of the pardon process. They could readily require that the president discloses rationale for granting pardons, promptly disclose the decisions when they are made, and they could also legislate disclosure requirements

for those involved in lobbying for pardons and doing legal representation of individuals seeking pardons. What do Trump's pardon say about his broader views on justice? Donald Trump seems to pardon people in whom he sees something of himself. So the pardon of Juan Orlando Hernandez, the former president of Honduras, is an example of another world leader who was prostitution, prosecuted for crimes involving the abuse of his office.

And Donald Trump can relate to and empathize with that person and he got a pardoned. Oh, so Trump likes to basically pardon corrupt officials. Boosey, you probably did the wrong crime, man. And as a result, he's pardoned many corrupt elected officials. He's pardoned people who support him personally or politically sort of as a reward for their loyalty to him. He also is using the pardon power in a way that's very destructive to the justice system more broadly. and fight your way out if you have to. All right. There's some updates with Lil Durk. So Lil Durk is accusing the federal authorities of hiding evidence. Okay? He's accusing them of hiding evidence basically not given

him all the evidence that he needs to prepare for trial and what that's doing that is actually delaying the trial. Okay? In a recent filing, and let me just go to my mixtapes, in a recent filing, Lil Durk basically is now saying that the feds are playing games trying to push his trial back, okay? His attorney drew Finland and also Brian Steele is claiming that the prosecutor held on to certain evidences,

and filed charges at the last minute. Why? They want to delay the case instead of letting to go to trial his schedule. Dirk's legal team says he's been demanding a speedy trial as is per his right for the longest. And he's asking a judge to dismiss the new charges because he felt like all of the info that they had before filing these new charges were available when they filed the initial charges. And they're saying, hey, listen, hey, if the prosecutors could just keep waiting until it's almost time for trial and just throwing new charges. charges into the mix, we're going to be locked up forever, right? So that's going to be very important. Give me one second. Let me go check out. Dirk all day. They do a good job of cataloging all of the

things filed in court. Here we go. This is it. Okay. So it says the government relies heavily, both in its opposition and oral representation on the recent guilty pleas of Mr. Montgomery and Mr. Powell in their prosecution. And it says in both defendant plea agreements and colloquies, they admit to commit in charge, murder in exchange for pay. Even those admissions represented some sort of significant development in that case, which is debatable. Since the defendants have been accused of committing murder for pay since 2023,

they have absolutely no bearing on Mr. Banks' prosecution or trial. First, the defendants there did not say, either in their plea or at their change of plea who paid them, right? So they're saying they still haven't said Dirk pay them. In order to be pertinent to Mr. Banks' case, including the government now argues the SX post facto to bolster the reliability of Mr. Montgomery and Wilson's Perkins recorded. The statements would have to be about Mr. Banks. They are not. Second, the statements in the plea agreement or at what the fuck?

plea agreement or the change of plea would be inadmissible in any other criminal prosecution under the Sixth Amendment confrontation clause. And finally, there's no indication that either Mr. Montgomery Wilson or Powell is cooperating with the government to provide additional information or admissible in court testimony. These guilty pleas are a red herring, neither material nor true developments that would explain the third supersede in time. So they're arguing that the government is playing a really interesting but like funny game with them where they're trying to delay the the trial and trying to add more things to act like they're trying to make this case stick right this is what the government responded i want to read their response because i completely get what dirk

is saying to be honest okay it says first dirk incorrectly states that a forensic examination of co-conspirator four iCloud was first produced on june 8th They're saying, in reality, we documented the production on December 10th. The entire forensic image of co-conspirators iCloud 4, co-conspirators 4 iCloud, along with over 35 other seized devices, were produced at that time. They're saying they gave that up in December. Notably, the government made these productions to accommodate a request by the defense counsel to examine the full image of all digital devices and accounts seized by the government. government. To the extent the defendant believes that a subsequent June reproduction of materials contained

whatever, a plethora of Brady and Gigg, some of these words I don't know, Giglio? Yeah, I think that's what it is. That material was available to the defendants back in December. Second, the government does not shirk its responsibilities under pretrial schedule, following the return of the TSI on June 3rd, the government sent numerous communications

to the defense counsel seeking clarity about the trial date and the pre-trial deadlines to provide more fulsome record of, okay, bet. Exhibit three documents that the government circulate a proposed stipulation, modifying the pretrial brief and schedule and asking for authorization for e-signature

to which only counsel for the defendant Houston responded. Okay, cool. Third, contrary to defendant banks claim that his multiple explicit past assertions of his speedy trial rights are clear from the record. The defendants, including defendant banks, caused the prior continuances. The defendant banks requested the initial month continuance to October 2025. Okay. And he took other steps to delay the trial. So they're saying Dirk delayed his own trial. For example, on November 13th,

Defendant Banks filed a motion to disqualify all Central District Judges and United States Attorney Office, which explicitly asks the court to vacate the scheduling order, including January trial date and the calendared motions that were set for hearing on November 18th. After the court entered a minute order, the following day, making it clear it would not stay the proceedings. Defendant Banks filed a written objection asking again to stay the proceedings. to vacate all the days when the court declined to stay the proceedings. The defendant Houston, Wilson, and Lindsay requested a trial continuance because the court could not vacate the schedule order. Finally, as set forth in the government opposition, the defendant banks has failed to justify

the extraordinary relief that he's requesting while defendant banks asserts that a further continuance will be lengthy based on conflicts of other defense counsel. Wow. So, what this is basically telling me, Brian Steele has his work cut out for him. He's teaming up with another high-power attorney, which is Drew Finland. We wish them luck, but this case looks like the prosecution is more equipped than the prosecution in Fulton County for Jeffrey Williams, aka Young Thug. It looks like the feds look like they want, they want Dirk, they seem a little bit more prepared. You have the defense saying, oh, we didn't get certain stuff you just recently produced it, and the government is coming overseas.

No, nigga, we gave you the shit before. Then they're like, well, you guys are following these charges last minute. The charges should get, you know, kind of like vacated just because we're already going to trial. And we want speedy trial. And they're basically saying, well, first of all, you've delayed the trial. So this is not us delaying the trial. This is us doing our duties. And even if it does cause a delay, all the delays previous to this in terms of violating your speedy trial.

Like, you know, you opting for that came from your side. So I don't know. It kind of looks good on. the side of the government, if you ask me. Okay, the defendant requests that the court say, okay, yeah, yeah. Hmm. All right.

Yeah, Dirk is, he's trying everything. He's trying everything. Don't know what's going to end up coming out of all this. Chat, I want to get into a little bit of this Nolan Wells thing. were hearing from a friend of the 18-year-old who was with him on the day that he died. Tristan Shepherd, who says that he was with Wells on the 4th of July, but declined to speak on camera because of the threats that he says he's been receiving. We did no wrong here, and we don't understand how we're getting so much hate behind it. We all cared and loved Nolan, and nobody wanted to see Nolan die. Nobody wanted to see his life be taken so short.

All right, Kajachi and also legal analyst and attorney Brian Buckmeyer, join me now for more. So, Ike, what more are we learning about why Wells stayed behind and didn't go back to the mainland with his friends? Yeah, Kara, this has really been at the center of everything. this question, why did Nolan Wells stay behind when everyone else decided to actually leave the island? Well, now we're here. Okay, law and crimes look like they have a good breakdown.

New clues emerge in Nolan Wells' Mystery Island Death. Okay, so from what I'm hearing, I'm getting up to speed, he's an 18-year-old college athlete. Apparently, him and his friends go out for

July 4th. They supposedly go to some Island or something of the sort. And apparently he dies. Let me get a little bit more. We're going to start tapping into this. Obviously, it's an open investigation. People want to figure out what the fuck happened.

And people do think he's suspicious because I think he's like maybe one of the only black kids around a bunch of white people. So people are like, what the fuck? Let's get into it. On the shore of an island, they're only getting muddled right now. A lot of new updates in the strange death of a teen on a boat trip to celebrate July 4th. The mysterious circumstances surrounding him being left behind his body, eventually being found. Now, big red flag.

Y'all left him behind? Like, you can't be friends if you leave somebody behind, right? Lashed up on the shore of an island. They're only getting muddled right now. It turns out it's super well. Talking about the death of 18-year-old Nolan Wells, a college athlete, a beloved son. He was a young man who police say just went out to celebrate the 4th of July on a barrier island with friends and never came home.

Now, we were on this when that devastating news came in. You'll remember earlier this week, we spoke with a member of the United Cajun Navy, someone who was actually a part of that search for Nolan. in the air searching when the news came in that a park service ranger had discovered Nolan's body. And since then, there have been some big updates that we got to talk about. As a matter of fact, the case has gotten so much attention that even some notable names are weighing in, calling this case a tragedy, but praying for justice, praying for transparency. And also, this is interesting, too. there is a judge with apparently a connection to this case who's now spoken out looking to seemingly set the record straight on these rumors surrounding her families okay so so we get the gist so this kid

goes out goes out with some friends they leave him but he dies that's odd okay so you got to look at the friends he was 18 he's in college okay they were trying to have some fun i'm guessing whatever okay there's a lot of question there we need to figure out what state. Okay. Oh, never mind. He was found dead in on the shores of Horn Island in Jackson County, Mississippi. Mississippi already big red flag. A black kid going missing, a black kid dying, big red flag, okay? Connection or involvement. And now the case is being attached to perhaps one of the most recognizable civil rights attorneys in the country. Ben Crump just recently spoke to ABC News, raised some serious questions about the handling of this case is now representing Nolan's family.

And all this while Nolan's body is being flown out of state for an independent autopsy, the results of which are potentially reported. Okay, so they're going to do an autopsy. I'm wondering, so how do you die? Do you die by a gunshot wound? Is this seem like it's apparent drowning? How? How do you die?

Portedly, expected as soon as tomorrow. But I just want to take a moment here because a lot has happened, and I want to try to get an understanding of it before we get into the new details. So this all started with that trip to Horn Island on the 4th of July. Now, if you're not familiar, your Horn Island is this long, thin, barrier island.

It's about 10 miles off the coast of Mississippi. It's part of the Gulf Islands, national seashore, only accessible by boat. It's known as a spot where people like to go have some fun, out on the water, especially in a holiday, like the 4th of July.

And that is exactly what authorities, say 18-year-old Nolan Wells and a group of friends decided to do, that they apparently took out a private boat out to the island for the day, and something went wrong while he was out there. According to police, Nolan was last seen at around 3 p.m. on the northwest tip of Horn Island. His friends reportedly told searchers that he wanted to stay behind to talk to a girl,

was planning to catch a ride back with another group. They ended up leaving. Oh, so that's the alibi. Oh, he stayed behind because he wanted to talk to some girls, so we left him. So it sounds like the group is saying, when we last seen him, he was alive and breathing. We don't know how he died.

Hmm, interesting. Leaving, but when Nolan didn't return home, his mother reported him missing, setting off this. Okay, a lot of things to know. Okay, if y'all ever left, first of all, if we're talking about women here, women should never leave one woman. Like, if y'all go out as a group,

say 10 women or 5 women go out as a group, you shouldn't leave one woman, right? Fine. that aside that aside guys sometimes you know

guys are a little bit more you might be like nah he'll know how to handle himself the thing you got to think about is does anyone call his phone afterwards if no one hits him up

they did that shit and I'm saying they did that shit means they knew what was up if nobody hits him up like yo bro yo where you're at like nigga what are you coming back bro like yo you ain't get that

you ain't get that pussy yeah like come on nigga Like, where you at? If nobody hits them up, big red flag. Now, again, I'm making some assumptions because I don't have all the details, but I'm trying to play this out in my mind, too. This massive search involved multiple agencies, including the Jackson County Sheriff's Office, the United Cajun Navy. Now, we spoke with the vice president of the United Cajun Navy, Brian Treasher, in our previous episode because he was part of the search. He was actually searching in the air when the news came in about Nolan's body. I saw the body from about 300 feet in the air. And I can tell you that it did not, it did not appear to be waterlog.

It was only in the water for a couple days. Oh, so it did, John. Nevertheless, the sheriff's office put out a statement saying that they had no reason to believe it was not Nolan. Yeah, so a park ranger discovered this body in the water off the northwest tip of the island on July 7th. The family confirmed it was Nolan. But this is where things get complicated. Because since that time, the case has taken some terms. the questions have only deepened. And I want to talk about what is happening right now.

And now I want to bring on somebody to help make sense of everything that's happening. Joining me now, civil rights attorney, friend of the show, Joe Richardson. Joe, thank you so much for coming on. So I want to start with the biggest development here, right? Arguably the biggest development. The family has hired Ben Crum, who is now representing them. He has been involved. family deserves answers. Let me click on this other video.

And by the way, the parents supposedly have broken their silence. Let me click on this video. This does not smell right. One of them is telling the truth. One of them is not. We just want to know what happened. And what our baby didn't be so close.

Reverend Al Sharpton and attorney Ben Crump, standing with the family of Nolan Wells today, demanding a full investigation into the death of the 18-year-old college football player whose body was found on Mississippi's Horn Island. As the family awaits the results of an independent autopsy, new questions are being raised about what really happened to Nolan Wells. Welcome to Sidebar, presented by law and crime. I'm Jesse Weber. Big update in the Nolan Wells story. This is something we've been following. There is a major press conference that was just held. And this is the story of that 18-year-old Southwest Mississippi Community College football player, graduate of Ocean Springs High,

who disappeared while boating with friends on Horn Islands. This is right off the coast of Mississippi. It's back on the July 4th weekend. We know they have a lot of questions. They want answers. What happened today? Major press conference was held in Harlem. You had the family, their attorney. Oh my God, Alice Sharpton is here. Ben Crump and Reverend Al Sharpton, all demanding the same things, transparency, answers, and the truth about what happened to Nolan Wells. So if you've been following this, you know there's been a lot of anticipation to this. We were expecting the family to potentially announce the results of that independent autopsy

that was conducted. And again, this is separate from the state's medical examination. So it seems by all accounts Nolan's body was flown to Washington, D.C. Now, we didn't get the results of that independent autopsy because there was reporting that we may get those today, but we did get something. Maybe not what everyone expected, but Reverend Al Sharpton kicked things off, and he was getting straight to the point. What we've been told does not make sense. And being that there is lack of confidence in the local authorities who have already, in my judgment, seem to have mishandled where it was. going because to just immediately before a week time saying there was nothing done wrong.

When we hear that this young man was engaged in some kind of argument that was on tape, that his cell phone and keys ended up with one of the people that were there on the island and got away. Now we go to Ben Crump. And he claims the stories about what happened to Nolan just doesn't match. The glaring contradictions are just jump out at you. The fact that he is there with his friends, and you look at all the videos, it seems to be he's the only black on the island or maybe one other, but not many.

and so Jared you have where a young woman he was talking to says that well Nolan said he was going back to get on the boat

with the boys the boys say that Nolan told them he was going to stay and talk to the young woman it's a contradiction They're not saying the same thing. One of them is telling the truth.

One of them is not. And then the fact, Rebbing out, that they have this video of an argument that is going on. And, you know, hmm. A Mississippi family is a long, thin, back, park ranger that spotted a body at around 8, 45 a.m. Monday morning. Authorities haven't officially released an identity. They're apparently still waiting for DNA test results, but media outlet WAPT and Jackson reported that the coroner said there's no reason to believe it's not Nolan. According to TMZ, the body was in the water near the northwest end of the island. WAPT also reports that an autopsy is planned for today,

Tuesday and we could learn a lot more once those results are released but that could potentially be weeks from now in the meantime his family is just trying to come to grips with the fact that this happened that this young man a college sophomore known for showing president also i want to thank our family friends community united kajun navy local law enforcement and everyone involved for all the love support resources over the last few days. His father, our family, friends and I are absolutely devastated. Heartbroken for my sweet son who is always willing to cheer and uplift others. Nolan was a special soul. God took his time creating our son. I ask that you please give me and my family time situation. But since then, a friend did set up an official fundraiser.

Sunday, the 5th of July, we had a rescue specialist and a drone operator go out on a boat, and they spent several hours out there on the island and around the island, and they were not successful in finding any clues. So that's what we decided to do, Arrow reconnaissance. So Monday morning, yesterday morning at first light,

I went up in a single engine, a fixed-wing aircraft, and flew basically a grid around Horn Island, ship island, which are Barrier Islands, just south of Biloxi and Pascagoula, Mississippi, down to Chandelier Islands, which is actually part of Louisiana, but just due south of those barrier islands and looking for any kind of... Do y'all think that maybe the white boys made a pact, like something happened? Maybe it was an accidental death. Maybe they were horsing around in the water. The dude accidentally. drowns they're all panicking they're like yo we're gonna have to make up something let's say like when we go back he stayed back for the girl for for to talk to some girl and let's just kind act like we had nothing to do with it right now here's the thing let's say if something like that did happen it kind of looks the cover up is going to make let's say even was an accidental drowning the cover up is going to make it look like this was deliberate right and again we're just kind of we're just throwing shit at the wall at this point

but yeah. They said, they had his phone. What do you mean they had his phone? Oh, if they had his phone. Oh, yeah, yeah, this stinks. Oh, yeah, this stinks. If they had his phone, it stinks.

Oh, wow. Activity. And then, yeah, as we flew over the northwest tip of Horn Island going back north, we noticed there was a couple of boats beached up on the beach that were not there before. And I could look down and I could see that something was. going on and then we made a circle around by that time a lot more law enforcement boats were showing up and before you know what they had you know probably a dozen boats huddled up on the beach there so we knew that they were setting up a command center what was this search effort like

i mean i know that there was multiple people involved in it what was it like from the start of it and how quickly did you mobilize to provide support so i think we got the first call on the evening of the fourth of july when it was starting to you know get dark and nolan's Nobody had heard from him and he wasn't home. And then I believe that the next morning on the 5th, I think somebody took his mother out on a boat back to the island to look around. And that's when we started calling some of our volunteers from our Mississippi chapter and mobilized a couple of volunteers, like I said,

and a boat and went out there and started searching. On the official side, you had, I think the Jackson County Sheriff's Office, you had the Mississippi or the Marine Patrol. I'm not sure if they're counting. We have a lot of the same type of resources that. Because when we hear that they need to do some more forensic testing, DNA testing, to confirm the identity, is that standard operating procedure? Or was the body in such a condition from what you know that you couldn't make a readily identifiable,

you know, whether it was Nolan or not, you can't make a, where I'm probably a little more hit on a swivel on the island knowing what happened to what was going on. But yeah, I was told that it was about 845 when a ranger spotted called it in. Yeah, this is kind of like, it's like fucked. About this tragic event that happened over July 4th weekend.

And this is going into the wingman factor in launch as a Jackson County judge. That connection paired with local sheriff's office now fielding transparency to from a sitting congressman and a nationally known civil rights attorney that the parents retained has turned this into a case about who gets protected and who gets pressed. So joining us today, as ever, retired special agent, Jennifer Coffindever, as we dig into what it means when... All too often, I can't tell you how many individual males who have gone out drinking and end up deceased in the water. It's unbelievable. That's why, right, we don't know. Right.

And so because about it since it happened. Why would it have this phone? Well, now we're hearing from someone who was there that day. His childhood friend, Trace and Shepard, said that the boat that they came on experienced an electrical issue, and they had to go back to shore because of that. And he says Nolan told the group he wanted to stay behind because he met a girl and planned to catch a ride back on another friend's boat. Now, Shepard described this trip as one last hurrah before. everyone scattered back to school and work after this holiday. There were about 300 people on that

island that day. A lot of them were high school classmates. They knew each other and they wanted to spend this time as just one big party before everyone dispersed wherever they needed to go. But according to his friend, Tristan Shepherd said that this wasn't anything sinister at all. It was an 18 year old who wanted to have fun. But Kira, as we know, that 18 year old Nolan Wells never made it back to shore. Well, and Brian, Tracin also addressed the viral video investigators. You know, I've been looking into saying he's actually the one yelling, not Wells. How crucial is that?

Kear, I think it's very crucial in the sense of now we know who's yelling, why they're yelling. So there's a video supposedly that we're going to look at the video in a second. According to Tracen, it had nothing to do with what Nolan Wells was doing. Instead, giving us a description that a stranger was kind of getting in his face and he was yelling at him. This closed down one avenue of investigation. And while that might be heartbreaking, that... Yo, lead Clinton's 730 thing for the tenant and says, you know, dude can't even talk proper English.

I think he's talking about Crump. He said, and he's an attorney? No one's cooked. Well, no one's dead. So the black kid died. Just to catch everybody up to speed. It looks like this 18-year-old kid goes out. They get a boat.

This is in Mississippi. there's this long strip of like, you know, kind of like this island. They go there, they're probably drinking this and third. It's probably like a really hangout spot for like, you know, probably young kids. And what happens is that all the friends come back without him. And their story is, well, he told us to leave us, to leave him. He was going to go talk to a chick. So his body was found washed up on shore or like,

it was found by like a park ranger or something. and now they're trying to figure out what happened to him. Now the chat has told me that apparently his phone, they had his phone. Wait, so that's the oddest part. If he's going to stay behind for the girl, why the hell y'all got his phone? That makes, yeah. It doesn't give us an answer. Eliminating possibilities as to what happened will hopefully steer us in the right direction, finding the right reason.

Okay, so this is how the island looks if you're wondering, right? So like, so probably certain. boats that are kind of low could go there. It's probably like, you know, it's, it's a, it's an island that's not that high off of sea level, you know? It happened. And then going back to something that Ike said, I hope that Tracston saying he was, Wells was there talking to a girl that we can get a description of that girl, what she was wearing,

who she might be, and follow up on more questions. Wait, nobody knows the girl? Oh, hell now. So then, Brian, at this point of the investigation, um, it's the autopsy that I know we're all waiting to hear about. Yeah, because Richon said if he drowned, you know, and maybe he could be like he looked like maybe he just got too drunk. He couldn't swim or something like that.

The parents would know if he could swim, right? Or maybe he got hit in the head and shit, they just fucking threw that nigga overboard. Because that will definitely help us try to figure out what exactly happened, right? Yes. The optiolacy is probably the next step and probably the biggest step in determining what happened here. Autopsies do two things.

It tells you the cause of death and the men. I see you guys typing on King Academics. Could he, yeah, the island's flat. Could the guy swim? I see some people saying he was a good swimmer. It could be any number of things in terms of being. Somebody says nobody knew the girl in it. Really?

Homicide and accident. I don't believe it's going to be a natural death. But that determination is going to be important. But then also, of course, because what caused Nolan Wells to die? Is it strictly the drowning? Was it something else? There's a blunt force trauma. That's going to give us a lot more answers.

And hopefully some questions that lead to the ultimate question and answer of what happened to Nolan Wells and how they die. All right. Ike. Brian. Thank you both. Okay. Interesting. I just know I've lost my best room.

This morning, a friend of Nolan Wells, who was with the 18-year-old the day he was last seen alive, is sharing what he says happened during a July 4th boat trip to an isolated barrier island off the Mississippi Gulf. Investigators have been studying. Wells' parents worried a video circulating on TT from Horn Island on July 4th, where you could hear argue on the group. Show their son involved in a confrontation, but Shepard said that's him, not Wells. That's the video of the furniture. That's me yelling.

Shepard says he took a boat back from Horn Island in the late afternoon, but Wells stayed behind with a girl he had met. They met that day, and it was kind of one of those things. It did come off that day that he really did like her, but that was the only time they'd ever hung out at Horn Island on July 4th. Investigators believe Wells drowned and say there were no immediate signs of foul play. But there is growth goes on, Trace did. I don't know why I can't hear that.

Well, now we're hearing from. That's interesting. Well, now we're hearing. Yeah, this is a really interesting. protests calling for more transparency and the Nolan Wells investigation was held Saturday evening in Mississippi. The parents are seeking answers about what led to the death of their son. Wells' body was found after a Fourth of July boat trip with friends to Horn Island in Mississippi. Yo, Hemmy, I see you in the chat, bro.

After his friends returned from the trip without him. Patrick Wright reports. I feel like today's testing is that we want answers. It's not about vengeance. It's not about accusation. It's about the truth and it's about transparency. We're going to stand behind the family, and that's why we're out here. A lot of times these stories go unnoticed. Because no one of the world is not the only one. There has been a long, long string, historic stream of young black men losing their life under very suspicious circumstances. Whatever happened?

Christine herself addressed it directly at a press conference the day before. My man. So what happened really isn't what I'm looking for. What I look for for search is that last known location and then specifics about the area or specifics about the person. I'm knowing that that northwest corner of Horn Island was what we call the LKL last known location. As within 45, 30 to 45 minutes of when I got notification of him missing from the family and then from the mother, we had surface vessels. That's boats that were in the area. We about to leave. And he says, nah, I'm going to stay behind. But if you last saw him at 3 p.m., but you left the island at 4.30 p.m., then when did you ask him, hey, bro, we're about to leave? You asked him that at 3 p.m.? Huh?

What? Why would you ask him, y'all about to leave? but then you guys stay an extra hour and 30 minutes. Y'all claim y'all left abruptly because your boat was malfunctioning, which is why y'all told them, hey, bro, we about to leave. But if you told them, hey, bro, we about to leave at three because your boat was malfunctioning, then why did you stay an hour and 30 minutes with a malfunctioning boat?

Now, so that timeline to me now, the story we just heard actually lines up with the timeline they gave if they were not lying. All right? he told her that he was about to hop on a boat with his friends and leave. The friends he was supposed to hop on a boat and leave with are the only people who are now claiming they last saw Nolan at 3 p.m., even though their boat left at 4. And the reason why they will lie about seeing Nolan at 3, even though their boat left at 4.30, is because they know what took place on that boat. They know what they did to that boy, man. Now the story is slowly calming out.

Now, like, now it's slowly making sense. Oh, he was trying to swim towards that boat because he got kicked off the boat. He got pushed off the boat, which is murder. Benjamin Crum says, yo, Nolan is a strong swimmer. Strong. Strong. He's not just hopping in a body water and then drown.

No, it would take him trying to swim for his life, trying to reach that boat. But the boat just kept on sick. and just kept him going away from him. And it took him drowning because he just got too tired after swimming for a mile. This to me is starting to make sense.

The more information that comes out, the more we're starting to piece this together. The only problem I have with that story is that if the people in the boat knew he was trying to swim to it and they saw him getting carried off with the current, they would have known about it. They would have been able to react to it.

Not only that, even if that wasn't the case, if he went into the water at all and became distressed, It was so crowded that day that it seemed like, it seems hard to believe that nobody would have noticed a distressed swimmer in the water. What I do know is that he went out there with a number of boys that has been his regular friend group since he was, he was young. They, they were ready to leave at about three o'clock. They told him it's time to go. He had, I was told he had started talking to young lady and he wanted to hang back and and keep talking to her and that he would believe that he could get another ride.

Common sense will really help you work this out. no one was not the last person to leave the island. If he was the last person, they would have said, hey, yo, we, you know, we was all leaving. Like, we all was leaving, and he was just staying around. He was just staying on the island, and we don't know why he was just staying there, but he was just standing on the island.

And like, we all left. He said he was going to get the ride. But clearly he was not the last person to leave the island. He didn't drown alone. He didn't drown with nobody there to see. Yeah, I'll agree with Flacco with that a bit. It is odd that no one would report. something happening to him. I don't think he was like by himself. So how come no one be like,

hey, listen, there was a, yo, he, he swam out there. He disappeared. We don't know. How come no one kind of reported this until people said he was missing? Like there is some oddities with this. And there are so many questions, so many contradictions. That was Benjamin Crump earlier today on TMZ. Benjamin Crump has been brought in to lead a private investment. into Nolan Wells' death. I say Nolan Wells murder, but maybe I'm just too pessimistic, but yeah, I think he was murdered. But yeah, he's right. Yo, if this was just one or two things that ain't makes sense, but the entire story is contradictory. The entire story doesn't make sense.

Hit the exit says, I never believe the Nye Rivera story. What do you mean you don't believe it? Do you think she got killed to? Yo, her four-year-old son was on the boat. And then you take into consideration things like, yo, his phone was, was. left with the various things. And apparently the, the kid, so Naya Rivera's kid, corroborated the story. She said the kid actually, you know, I don't know how, what age kids could talk and she

like that, but the kid when talked to by investigators was like, yeah, I saw mommy and blah, blah, blah, blah, and matched what they believe happened. So, you know, there was no foul play on that. People who claim they hadn't seen them since 3 p.m. Huh? Oh, and by the way, when a family got back to phone, messages... Yes, she saved her son, and she, like, put her son on the boat, and then she ended up dying or something. It was kind of crazy, not going to lie.

Were deleted from the phone. Things were deleted from the phone, even though Nolan Wells apparently hadn't had his phone since earlier that day, according to them. Huh? How to... What? Nolan Waltz was on an island at four and then magically disappeared from the island. No, nobody's seeing him. But then all of a sudden people did see him, and they said,

Oh, no, he was swimming towards the boat. Huh? No, there is one friend, a young woman who has come forward and has spoken to the police. And I'm wondering if she's spoken to you and how her version of events differ from what the other friends have said. She hasn't spoken to us, but we know her statement that she released publicly. She said that she was talking to Nolan. And then Nolan said, well, I'm going back to the boat with the guys. I came with.

That's her version. She said that he did not leave with her, that he went back and got in the boat with the other boys. Well, the boys say that when they was talking to Nolan, he said he wasn't going to get in the boat with them, that he was going to stay with her, stay behind with her. Their statements contradict one another, and that is something that's very troubling.

on top of the fact that we know there are videos circulating where there's an argument where you hear Nolan arguing with somebody and we're trying to say... Okay, so and that happened to not be exactly true. All right, let's go on to the other video. Chad, I know I'm kind of dragging this a little bit. I don't want to fully drag it. I want to fully drag this.

Let me just... The levels of betrayal that we learned today that Nolan Wells went through at the hands of his wife friends towards the end of his life, is horrifying, brunt. It's sickly. It's one of the worst things I've ever seen in my life. Nolan's family did a press conference earlier today with Benjamin Crum, Alshawton, and other activist present, where they officially addressed the media. Wait, they had his car keys, wallet, and phone? Oh yeah, that do sound crazy.

I ain't gonna lie. The public, and they officially laid out their case. Now, during this press conference, we learned a couple new details that we didn't know. First off, I was completely off and wrong about the phone situation. Turns out I was giving the friends too much benefit of the dollar. I thought at the very least, man, if y'all were responsible for killing the little homie, y'all would at least give up his phone voluntarily and his property.

At the very least, even if you killed the boy, bro, you would give his family back his property voluntarily. Come to find out, bro, it was a fight for the family to get back his property. So first off, I was under the notion they called the family up and say, hey, we got his phone, here it is. No, they apparently had to track Nolan's phone. they have to use Life 360 to track his phone and when they track his phone

it wasn't until they popped up to get the phone is when the friends have no other option but it's handed over. We are grateful especially to our friend Desima who actually was one of the people who helped us that night. She went and picked up his cell phone from where it was and then

provided that to us because we were, we of course contacted authorities to figure out who to do the report with whether it was the county or the city. Let's get past this. The phone is on and your homie go missing. The hip, the Snapchat, the photos, the videos that was deleted from out of Nolan's phone.

Let's just address this. If the phone was still on when it got to the home, which is how they were even still able to track it to the friend's house was because the phone was at least on when it got to the friend's house, then riddle me this. If the phone is on and your home, me go missing, his family is calling him, his friends is calling him. I would imagine that if you guys cared about him, if you guys thought he was really missing,

y'all would be calling him to figure out where he's at, right? If that's, well, they wouldn't be calling him because they got the phone, but I get the idea in principle. Your homie and you guys left, you, hey, bro, you got home safely? Wouldn't that be the first thing to do if you left your friend behind on an island and an hour, two hours go by as you guys is packing up to get home, you guys. is unloading the boat everything. Y'all not calling. Hey, bro, is you good?

And when you picked up that phone to call his number, wouldn't they be ringing? You will clearly hear that phone ringing if the phone was in your possession as you're calling the phone. And once you realize the phone is ringing back to back and you see his family is calling and his friends is calling and you guys is calling, wouldn't you pick up the phone and call his mom? His phone is over here. That's the fact. He left his phone behind. All right. Not floco making sense.

You cooking flocking. No. While everybody is calling, they had the phone. It took the parents having to track the phone back to their house and pulling up before they could get the phone. To me, that's suspicious. That's sketchy. But this next story about Nolan's car is even more sketchy. So Nolan is pictured with several people on that island.

Several. Now, one of the dudes he's pictured with on that island, apparently Nolan and a few others went to his house first and parked their car. car is there. So while Nolan is missing, they go to his vehicle. They locate his vehicle. Now, the vehicle is locked. So they're trying to find any signs of him, trying to see if there's any clues left behind to find out where he's at. But the car is locked. The odd part is, so if you take someone's wallet, keys, and phone, and they said they were staying behind, how do you expect them to get home? Locked.

The keys to Nolan's car is apparently at the house belonging to one of Nolan's friends. One of the friends who was actually on the island with Nolan called Jacks. Now, apparently they get the Jack's crib. Nolan friends are outside trying to figure out what's going on and what happened. But if I had to think this through as well,

why would they hold, why would they have these, if they killed them, why would you keep these items and not throw it away? Right? Like, it's also, we got to think about it. both ways, right? Like, it's sketchy that they have the stuff, but it also

makes no sense that they have the stuff because, okay, let's say they killed him. Why do you have his cell phone? Like, you now are the prime suspect, right? What's going on with Nolan? Somebody says to delete shit? Okay, but why do you have his keys? You never know. Again, I'm asking

questions here. Well, the father gets to the crib. Jack starts telling the father, but Nolan was like a brother to me. If I said, that's cool. Where is Nolan Keyes at? Right? We're trying to figure out what's going on with Nolan. Jack starts stumbling, starts stalling, starts delaying, starts lying, making up excuses. This entire key situation really makes your eyebrow raise. And then we met up where his car was, which was at a separate location.

There were issues obtaining the key. But even so, there's just a lot of... Tell them about what happened to keep. So I'm going to let my husband tell you about that because he actually went up to the door to get the key because at that point, I was just not in my right mind. This has just been an awful situation, just terrible. Elmore wisely, your father. Okay, so the situation with the key, when we got to the house, I feel of his friends,

they were already there, and they were at the door in the house, asking questions. So when I walked up, they were getting, you know, things are getting kind of tense. So I turned to them until I need you guys to calm down. I don't do this to me right now. I need them to kind of trust me so they can give me something. So I was able to calm them down. So the guy that's in one of the pictures, he came out of room, half a sleep or whatever, hair or where I think Jacks or whatever.

And I said, look, I'm known his father. I'm here to get his keys. so I can get his car. I said, oh, he's left. His car is parked in New York. So he was like, I don't know, man. I know he's like my brother. I said, well, if no one is like your brother,

would you please go on your room and say, you could find my son's keys so I can take his car home. He walks off two or three minutes come back. I can't find the keys. I said, okay. So at that point, I get the boys and I get moved him out of the house because I don't want them to go into the house and start tearing up these people's house

because that would be a whole in the situation. So walk outside by the car. One of the guys that was in the house with us, he was on the phone with a girl, and the girl told him that no one's keys were on top of this Jack's guy's Xbox in the house because apparently she was there with him earlier. So he goes back up to the door by himself,

and five minutes later, the keys come out. So now I feel like you're allowed to him, so now I'm really light and distrust with you. The father would have been wrong if he would have went in his jaws, right? Y'all would have called the father all type of names, all type of ghetto? all like all type of names in a book if he would have went up in that boy's jaw right that's your brother that's your homie you love him right we're trying to find him at this point we're trying

to find him at this point that car could be a a huge missing piece we say yo where the keys at and you know he was in this crib he parked in this crib like he parked here he parked here He left the keys here. Before y'all went to the island, you go and search for three minutes, come back. Oh, I didn't find nothing. So it's not here. The keys are not here, sir.

Only for a girl to say, nah, he's lying. The keys is on top of that Xbox. Yo, if that girl had a vivid memory, I understand this, okay? Now, the girl didn't say, yo, the keys is no, the keys are on top of his Xbox. The Xbox is something that you clearly play every day. So if that girl had the force like to say,

yo, the keys, the keys, the keys. is on his Xbox. You went back to look for the quote unquote keys. You spent three minutes looking for the keys to come and say, hey, hey, I can't find it. You ain't look on top of your Xbox. You ain't look in your room. So where did you look for these keys at?

If it took you three minutes to go ahead and look for these keys, what did you look for the keys at that you didn't find it on top of your Xbox? Something that you use and play every day. Clearly you had no intentions on helping his family. Clearly you had no desire on helping his family. in this family. And I'm just wondering, bro, what type of people was Nolan around, bro? If these are supposed to be his friends,

God, I don't know what an enemy is, man. If these are your friends and you miss him, your daddy showed up, distressed trying to do anything to help you. That is odd. I would imagine that they would give a really good faith effort in trying to figure out, okay, if the car is here, maybe the keys are here.

It's a lot of odd of these. Well, and your homie, first of all, he says he woke up out of his sleep disheveled. Like, disheveled. So I'm missing, you my so-called brother and you asleep. Right? No care of worry in the world.

You wake up. Hey, bro, can you get Nolan Keys? It's not here, so I can't find it. Three minutes later. I mean, all right, man. Now, it gets worse, okay? So the mama finally addressed the deleted messages

and deleted images and videos. Now, apparently when the mama got the phone back, they went through the snap. Now, the Snapchat is where Nolan was communicating with these dudes at. Understand. When Nolan went missing, all the friends went to Snapchat to try to find them.

They always calling his Snapchat. They all was like trying to trace the Snapchat via the Snapchat map, right? So the Snapchat is where he communicated with these people the most. is where if anything would have happened and he communicated with it, it would have been on Snapchat. The parents get the phone and go through the Snapchat,

the entire Snapchat, like damnary race, man. Like, yo, they can't find no recent messages. They can't find no recent pictures. Nothing. That's odd. That's strange. Like, what do you mean?

Like, like the Snapchat is wiped clean. Who, who wiped it clean? Nolan was dead, right? So when we made it home, my sister and I actually went through Nolan's cell phone particularly Snapchat because that is so popular with the children. And when we opened it up, there was nothing.

There were no saved pictures. There were no snaps from that day. And we did open it before the 24-hour expiration. So we found that very concerning, only because anyone who's ever been around, Nolan will tell you at social gatherings. Wait, did they find the phone after they realized he died or before he died? No, no, no. Stupid question or a stupid thing.

Before his body was found? Because my understanding there was a couple days, right? And his body washed ashore. So the 24 hours would have been the next day after the white dudes came back. And if she's saying, oh, the 24 hours didn't expire yet. So, so basically she must have had the phone before his body watched the shore, right? Does that make sense? He's taking videos.

He's taking pictures. He's even come up to me when I'm getting ready to go to bed. Hey, Ma, come on, take a picture of me. You know, like he's just, that's, that was Nolan. So that's why we feel that things may have been deleted was because of the fact that there was, nothing in either one of his accounts. The next part actually makes that look a little bit more suspicious.

You see, if you want to say, listen, man, he didn't take no pictures and videos that day, that's not suspicious, cool. But he didn't send no snaps that day. He didn't message nobody that day. That's like somebody coming and discovering your phone after you go missing and then seeing you didn't message nobody all week. That's the equivalent to an 18-year-old

not sending no messages to nobody. They communicated on Snap to meet up for the beach. Sorry, the horn. How did they get his phone? Like, these are questions that he'd answer. How did they get his phone? Island. His friends was communicating with him all snap that day,

which is why when he went missing, the first day the day was go to snap. So where the messages from the friends at that day? So he didn't snap nobody. He didn't send no messages to nobody that day on Snapchat. Clearly not, but clearly something got deleted. Now, why? Who knows?

But Benjamin Crum did say they found or they got in it. Now, here's the good part about this. a criminal investigation is going to do a subpoena, and despite what people think about Snapchat, your deleted message is going to come up. So once they say subpoena Snapchat and they get the full text logs, whatever was deleted, any access with that phone, they'll be able to retrieve everything even that was deleted.

And also, once you do a cell bright dump of the phone, you're going to figure out any type of tampering, like a bunch of 18-year-old kids can't hide. nothing on a phone. You can't delete nothing. There's no delete permanent things in the phone anyway. So 100% I believe that this would be found. Also, here's the thing, if people believe that stuff was deleted,

every 18-year-old kid has a password on their phone. Are we believing that these friends knew the password? The enhanced version of the video we saw where Nolan is getting into the altercation. Now, we could hear Nolan screaming and there was a back-and-forth, but it was hard to make on exactly what he said. They now have an enhanced version. According to them, the fight that was happening between Nolan and somebody else, Nolan was actually screaming for them to give him back his phone.

Nolan was like, giving my damn phone, man, giving my damn phone. That was the argument back and forth. Now, I'm here to say, what was in that phone that was so precious that they was keeping it from Nolan, even when he was screaming at the top of his lungs for them to give him back his phone. It's important. And then the fact, Reverend Al, that they have this video of an argument that is going on. And, you know, thank God, all young people, they have cell phones.

And any time you're people raising their voice, they start the video. And so you hear on the video, no one saying, give me my freaking phone. What are you freaking doing? and that becomes even more relevant when you think about the story that they are presenting that Nolan chose to stay behind. That's what they're saying. If Nolan is screaming for them to give them back his phone and they still kept it and they went home with the phone, what was in that phone that they couldn't let Nolan get the phone back? What was in that phone? Good question.

What did Nolan have in that phone about them that they didn't want out? because if he's screaming, give me back my phone back and what's you doing? What's the freak? Give me up my phone back and they still kept his phone. Something was in that phone that they were willing to kill over, man. Something was in that phone that they were willing to kill and do life in prison over before it gets out. And then the mom gets the phone back

and things are deleted from the phone. Isn't that the motive right there? You see how, yo, you see how when you use common sense, everything lines up? You see how their events and their story doesn't make sense? But when you get more details and you just line up the series of events, it all makes sense. Nolan is yelling to get back his phone. They didn't want to give it to him.

Nolan mom finally gets his phone after Nolan goes missing and she sees things are deleted from the phone. So what about that phone made y'all want to keep it? The dispute begins around 1049 a.m. on June 22nd, 2006, when a man named Joe contacts Woodhaven police officers from a local McDonald's in Michigan. Michigan, claiming that his nephew and his friends are stalking him. His nephew is 30-year-old Kenneth Chambers, who runs the YouTube channel Skeeter Gene, which currently has around 2.5 million subscribers and is well known for doing sting operations. Joe tells the officers that Skeeter and his friends have been following him and filming him throughout the day.

Over the past several months, Skeeter has amassed millions of views on his channel by posting videos about his uncle. But Skeeter and his friend and collaborator 25-year-old Jidion Adams, a popular user, YouTuber best known for high-energy prank videos, social experiments, and comedic vlogs before transitioning into true crime content focused on exposing criminals through sting operations have a reason for following Joe wherever he goes. For the past decade or so, he's been financially exploiting and abusing my grandmother, who was also his mother. And before that, he was doing the same thing to his grandmother, which is my great-grandmother.

Skeeter explains that despite repeated warnings from the... the family. His uncle Joe refused to leave his grandmother's house and had been squatting there for months. So, he decided, I was going to go over there and kick his ass myself. But then I thought, wait a minute, I have a YouTube channel and it's monetized.
