TMZ sports obtained all 125 complaints sent to the FCC following KDOT's February 9th performance, and the overwhelming majority of them felt like it was far from a family-friendly experience. Diddy's motion to dismiss was granted in part but was also denied in part, which means some big claims in this lawsuit will move forward in the court process. Now the judge did grant a dismissal to the RICO claims negligent and intentional infliction of emotional distress and contract claims. That does not mean that Diddy is off the hook by any means because there are still some big allegations in this lawsuit that are moving forward against Diddy and others. The allegations brought up under the Trafficking Victim Protection Act will move forward against Diddy and Christina Corm. This law makes it unlawful to recruit, entice, harbor, transport, provide, obtain, maintain, patronize, or solicit any person knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact. and he says he's been also pending a referral to a disciplinary committee for his repeated failure to investigate basic elements of his case. Okay? In light of this, the court finds that his conducts regarding a defense motion to this, dismisses on settling. His filings are replete with inaccurate statements of law, conclusory accusations and inappropriate ad hominemit tax on opposing counsel. For example, in urging a court to consider a grand jury indictment on related criminal charges, Blackburn rights, as evidenced by the U.S. Attorney Williams Press Conference in the grand jury

indictment, defendant Sean Combs and the Combs RICO Enterprise are presumed guilty of being a RICO criminal enterprise. That any...
