Can I hear what?
Yeah, I probably could just play it, right?
Yay.
I think that's the name of the song.
Let's see, is it even up here yet?
I had a hard time to find it.
So, Yay dropped an album.
Let me give me one second.
Oh, wow.
People are really reacting already to everything.
I think this is it?
Yeah, yeah, this is it right here.
Oh, wow, okay.
Donda, too.
Nope.
Okay, perfect.
All right.
So, yay dropped an album.
I think it has like a...
Let me look it up.
It has a bunch of features.
I mean, shoot, I'm even featured on there.
Donda, two features.
Let's look at it.
Okay, so the features in the official track list,
it looks like this is what kind of came out.
Was it this?
No, I don't think that's it.
Okay, so this was the official tracklist.
Where is the features?
Okay.
out now and it's featuring ex don tulliver jack harlomigos carty keem Travis scott
future voree Sean leon um alicia keys fabio four and a soldier boy now I'm gonna be very
honest I think this you know and for yay fans don't get mad to me because I know sometimes
y'all fans are fickle I think this is coming down within the day um that's because I don't know
if all these things are cleared.
And I'm going to be honest with you.
Yeah, he's independent.
But when you put these guys on the album,
they all have to sign off.
Now, maybe he has clearances from back then, right?
So maybe everything's already cleared.
He just never wanted to put it out.
But if any of them features ain't cleared,
and I did see him talking about some clearances,
or at least I think digital knowledge,
which is his producer, talking about some clearances.
But just a general,
rule of practice.
If you put a signed artist on your
project and
you know, number one, I don't think anyone's credited right now.
Let me actually find it on Spotify.
Let's find it.
Spotify.
You know how I had to find it?
I had to go to Twitter and I said
Don the two Spotify link.
And that gave me the link, like a
direct link to it. Spotify.
And the reason why is they used
so this isn't dropped
under the name, yay.
And, you know,
by the way, just to let you know,
if Ye ain't dropping under Kanye West
and he's dropping under other monikers,
gets a little tricky.
It's a lot of like, you know,
really legalese when you think about that.
And clearances, even if someone cleared a verse,
they might have cleared the verse for it to drop on a Yeasong or a Kanye song.
If it's dropped under this moniker as Donda,
which, by the way, that's what it's dropped under.
It was released today or a couple hours ago.
It's released under Donda.
I'm wondering how, you know, wait till the morning when all them lawyers for UMG and all these other places where these other artists are on, wait till they clock it.
Like, they're going to have a field day with Spotify if it's not clear.
Or if any song that is featuring some of these artists aren't cleared.
You know what I mean?
Yeah.
Yeah, baby Keem.
Yeah, I can imagine
Kenjik trying to snatch that feature off, right?
Baby Kim is on PG-Lang.
Well, I could see them getting amigos.
Oh, Vic Menz is on there.
Vori, the baby.
Okay.
Future, that's epic.
These are epics two, you know,
Golden Childs right here.
So the business got to be right,
or Sony's taking that shit down.
X's music or, well,
a bunch of his music is independent,
but some belongs to Capitol.
Jack Harlow,
where's Jack Harlow at?
I forgot.
I think that's UMG.
I think that's UMG.
That might be Interscope.
Yeah.
This is Interscope.
This is Interscope.
This is Interscope.
So all three of these are Interscope, I believe.
All four of these are Interscope.
So he got a highlight at Sony.
Epic.
Then Interscope for these.
He got a highlight Warner for Migos.
But that's P.
People led to Rock.
Vic Mens, I think he rolls up on the Rock Nation.
Vori.
I don't know where his situation.
is that the baby, where's the baby at?
I think it's UMG.
I just can't figure out.
It's not Def Jam.
Let me look.
The baby.
Now, I'm not hating or anything.
I hope you all, y'all understand it.
I just know how the music business is.
So just to see a nigga drop an album like that with features from signed artists,
not yay's yay.
But they're going to have a field day in the morning.
I kid you not.
Like wait till 8 o'clock when all them lawyers,
get their coffee and their lattes and they sit at their desk and they go like this
and then they just look and they say our artist is up there no clearances no check cut
oh hell now so we'll see if that happens hopefully doesn't happen I'm hope my man got all
the clearances I haven't listened to the entire album some people kind of already had a lot
of these songs already so some people are like all right we we kind of had the album ready
so you know good for you guys um I was very honored uh yay actually actually
used a part of our stream for his album.
Okay?
He actually went on a rant and he was just like, yo, you know, he actually thanked me.
And I was actually, you know, no matter what I say about Yeh, I kind of owe some gratitude to him.
Yay's, yay has been very thankful for little things that I, I've done or I've done or I've
tried to do for other artists, whether it's speaking up, whether it's doing A, B, C, or D.
And other artists just kind of look at it like, yeah, bitch-ass, nigga, you got to do that.
Or you should do it.
Like, Yay has been really appreciative.
And I actually, you know, I got to give him a shout out for that, you know.
This era of Yeh, I know some people like to say, well, you know, it's because, like,
he's losing all the access to these mainstream platforms and he has to rely, whatever.
man, it don't cost nothing to be, you know,
gracious to the people who are helping you out,
no matter at what level, right?
And I definitely do appreciate
Yee being reciprocal with all type of love and support, okay?
Anyway, this is what Yey said.
Actually, coming to you.
Because, like, academic space,
just to see one person, bro.
You know, it's like you're in an airport.
I was in a lonely-ass empty-y.
airport bro that's why i said in Vegas i was by myself because all the niggas i was in there getting
clout saying who i could be on camera with and not on camera with and shit all the niggas bro by the way
you know what i was shocked about like i didn't think i was like being heroic when i said that
i'm like i feel like many people would probably think that yo a lot of man to be a father
i'm surprised that every time we see conya go on these rants and say people to be like yo he's
crazy he don't even attack the person for calling him crazy he just says
why don't you speak up with my kids?
I'm surprised no one has said,
all right, Kanye, we're going to just say,
we're going to say,
yo, you should have the right
to be a father to your children,
but could you stop telling us about your cousin?
Like, you know what I mean?
Like, they don't even try to be nuanced like that, right?
Whereas like, yo,
whatever criticism you got a yay,
the only thing he says back to the majority of people is,
well, why are you criticizing me on this,
but you ain't saying about my kids?
So how about artists,
if you do have maybe some,
constructive criticism for him, at least just say, he's not even asking for a lot.
Yo, use your platform to bring some light to the fact that I can't really get to be a father
to my kids and I'm going against his Kardashian conglomerate.
Just use your voice for that and then you could criticize me or you could, you know,
add your two cents on whatever I'm trending for.
I think that's fair.
You know what I mean?
It's been consistent with that.
Well, none of them niggas ain't none of the niggas said nothing, bro.
Not an easy nigga, bro.
I'm a brother dog.
I got the heat on me wrong.
Nika, go up and motherfucking speak up like how academics
because it's just culture, nigga.
It's a, it's in a...
Did he say Kai?
Like how academics because it's just cold.
Not an easy nigga, bro.
Or did you say Thai?
Kai or Thai?
All those niggas, bro.
Well, none of them niggas.
Ain't none of them niggas shit, nothing, bro.
Ty, not of these, niggas, bro.
I'm a brother dog.
I got the heat on me wrong.
He's just so I'm on Thai dogs on or Kaisen act.
Nika, go up and motherfucking speak up like how academics,
because it's just culture, nigga.
It's an opinion.
These things are his brands, bro.
Skins is a brand.
It's an opinion.
Oh, I like Zara.
Oh, I like, skip.
No, nigga.
And then you see these niggas, Corey and can you remember my nigger's name?
And Travis was like, oh, that's my kid's uncle.
Why you want to speak the uncle word in?
That's what you want to do my kid's uncle.
Uncle, unc.
Yeah, if you watch Kanye, or Ye, you see very consistent themes come in.
Like, that's why I like the fact that he's live streaming,
because you see certain things that really piss him off.
Like, he said it on the live stream.
He says, I think when Digital Nas was around him and Digital Nas said,
I think he might have said something like Unk.
And, yay, for whatever reason, says, I hate that term.
he said it back then now you could tell how his brain is processing stuff not only does he hate
the term unc which by the way i don't you know we could probably have other conversations to flush
that out maybe maybe he doesn't like people try to call him old because sometimes unk is kind
of seen as you know you're older than the ys right maybe that's what it is maybe it's other things
but he doesn't like that term and when he sees Travis who comments on him
him basically use that term and I don't think he meant to use it like the colloquial way of
people saying unc he says oh yay yay is my daughter's uncle and yay looks at that to be like yo you're
you're sliding me like wait you're trying to slide that unc worded I don't like that word
you get I'm saying why you're at school and y'all diggers is just trying to jump up and
down from McDonald's nigger no any celebrity niggas give a
fuck about anything but they next
motherfucking cheeseburger, niggas.
Yeah, academics put that battery
on my back, bro. Because I was in an
airport by myself, bro.
That shit is so important
to me, man. That made love you, bro.
That made everything to me, bro.
I don't go get these kids, man.
It was my heart that it means
a lot to Ye, because
I really
didn't think I was doing anything
out of ordinary.
But I keep telling y'all, ever since I've met
with Yey. He says a lot of shit that captures y'all attention, but there's some deep-seated
issues, or not issues, but like deep-seated things he cares about. The kids, I'm telling you,
I stood in front of the niggins. When he mentioned his kids, there was, like, this rage and this,
like, passion that you could tell, like, him cussing out Cardi, who gives a fuck, all right,
you left him off the album. Him talking about his kids was very different. There's a few other, like,
kind of topical things like that,
but the kids was like definitely ranked number one for me.
You know what I mean?
And you could tell how that's been probably fueling a lot of,
maybe some of the shit you don't understand.
And I know a lot of people,
they were trying to get me flack for it.
They were like, yo, they asked me on TMZ
that said, do you think, you know, he was always,
he's all the way there.
And I'm like, yo, Kanye is pretty coherent.
Now, the way he chooses to express
some of his hurt feelings and it's,
you know, I don't necessarily call it trauma.
you might not agree with that.
But when I'm listening to the nigger,
I see those common themes that bother him.
And he's trying to deal with it in his way.
That shit is so important to me, man.
I mean, love you, bro.
That made everything to me, bro.
I'm going to go get these kids, man.
You should.
Fuck all these sagging, nivus.
I'm going to go get these kids, bro.
I'm talking to the lawyers.
I'm going to get to the point so I don't lose my fucking mind.
I'm like, I could get used to that seeing my kids.
Like, you'd be okay?
And then, you know, that's like, third.
Oh, I could be home.
I can be hold when I see my kids, nigga.
Come talk to me.
You niggas don't know shit.
I'm the leader, nigga.
Why y'all can't keep trying to figure shit out, nigga?
If I tell you, if I go like that, y'all go like that.
I'm your leader.
All we go.
And it's okay.
It ain't night.
But y'all niggas ain't doing on season three stadiums show?
How many millionaires you see Virgilet?
How many people met Virgil and?
like, I'm a millionaire now.
I'm a billionaire now.
That's what they do.
The white people, the Jews,
they grab a kentric,
a virgin, and then put a false idol,
a false king.
And I'm not here to be your idol.
I'm the leader.
I'm not here to be worship.
And as the leader, I'm saying,
how I'm supposed to leave y'all
if I only got my kids with me
to continue what we're doing?
I didn't get my motherfucking legacy.
So what the fuck you think I'll be spazzing out,
nigger?
Twins in charge
My motherfucking legacy
Nick and I'm gay
Twins in charge
on my motherfucking legacy
And I'm gay, nigga
Turn that shit off
I'm in charge
I'm in charge of my legacy
Let me put that in the universe
Thank you
I hope Yead put some actions
Behind some of these words too
I want him
I want him to have that relationship
with his kids
You know
And I'm gonna be honest with you
You know I really
I know a lot of people
Be like
Oh well you know
maybe he's good that his kids ain't around him.
I don't think so at all.
We ain't never heard not one negative thing about Kanye and his kids.
So to even try to intimate because you maybe disagree with some of the shit he's saying
that he shouldn't be around his kids,
it's you projected.
I think he should be around his kids allowed to be a father.
I ain't going to lie to you.
Okay?
Yeah, I couldn't figure out how to find, like, Pavia Ford and shit like that.
Apparently he's been locked up in New Jersey.
So New Jersey got no bail.
So if you do something that rises to the level of not getting a cash bill,
they can't give you a cash bail.
They can be like, yo, $200,000, they can't do it.
See if they got to let you out or they don't let you out at all until trial.
And in the case of he's accused of pulling a gun on a woman,
they look at your priors and other shit like that.
And, you know, he probably got a bunch of other gun charges.
I don't know if any convictions.
And they're like, all right, we're not letting you out.
And it don't matter if you're a celebrity and that.
That's the kind of like the good and bad thing about state.
like Jersey that are no cash bail, which means it was initially aimed to allow people who couldn't
afford bail to get out, right? Because they had a whole rubric of, hey, if it meets this thing
right here and it doesn't, they have almost a point system, you just get out of jail immediately, right?
But it also was meant to like, you know, hold criminals, which means there's no way you could
get out unless a judge lets you out.
and a lot of times those people sit.
So apparently Fabio was sitting until his court date.
He's accused of pulling a gun on a woman during an argument.
Supposedly of her parking spot or something like that.
I don't know.
What the hell, man.
Look, Fabio Forre and, by the way, nobody's,
it feels like nobody's even, like, missing him.
It's kind of fucked up and kind of missing, right?
He's been in jail since January, supposedly.
Let's read the story.
So Fabio For him been in jail for allegedly,
gun on a woman.
If you've noticed,
on his Instagram, he ain't post shit.
He hasn't been posting shit
because he's incarcerated.
So, Fabio, 4.
Yeah, he's only posted, like,
he hasn't posted things since the arrest.
He was kind of gaining some steam
with the Platboy Max.
I'm the real Platt Boy Max, right?
Remember that song?
Right?
But, um, look like all that momentum
has been dried up, right?
I'm not these rappers.
I got real bins.
In a crib, bust in my tail,
little dance.
I don't troll, I do it for the real fans.
Play this song and turn it with my little man and my real name Max.
And I really got plaques, yeah, double digital cat.
I'm the real plaque boy, Max.
Plac boy, Max.
Now, this shit got a hot.
Plac boy, Max.
Now, this show's got a fire.
It's not even going to calf with you, right?
But it appears that he's been locked up.
It's been quiet since he's been in jail since January.
In a police theory obtained by TMZ, the rapper's accused of pointing a gun at a woman who
asked for help jumpstart in her car on New Year's.
She must have thought this nigga was Kevin Gates.
You thought he was going to jumpstart the fucking car with his bare hands.
Nah, my nigga, I'm going to jumpstart it with this pistol.
What's popping?
Okay.
To be held in jail in New Jersey with the incident took place during the confrontation.
Fabio allegedly told the woman, if I see you parked in front of this building again,
they're going to be a fucking problem.
Witness reportedly called 911 and local police have said that the apartment surveillance cameras corroborated their statements.
And that's the thing about, you know, rule number one, especially in Jersey.
You don't pull a gun.
You might as well kill the person.
I'm going to be honest with you.
If you ever pull a gun in Jersey, kill a person.
Again, I'm not giving no advice, but that's the thing.
Pulling a gun is assault.
So if you pull a gun and point it, you're assaulting the person.
So you might as well shoot them, right?
You might as well give them a leg, and if you give them a leg,
and if you give them a, depending on how you shoot them,
it could be attempted murder.
So you might as well kill them.
At least they can't show up the court.
Like, it just keeps escalating.
Guns, Jersey, don't go well together.
You get what I'm saying?
Even if you have it legally, like, for example, I'm all my unlegally.
But you know, shit, you hope there's never a time somebody forced you to pull a gun.
But when you pull it, you just got to do your thing.
You feel what I'm saying?
Anyway, yeah, so pulling a gun on somebody is a huge deal, right?
So he was later arrested and looked like they looked at a surveillance camera.
They said, nigger, you pulled a gun on the woman, right?
He was later arrested on January 18.
It was hit with charges, including a lawful possession of a weapon, terroristic threats, and aggravated assault.
So you could tell that, you know, he probably, you know, in Jersey, you have to have to have.
a permit to have any weapon. It's not like one of those states like Florida or Georgia
where it's permitless. According to TMZ, who spoke to Fabio Legal Representative Adam Lusberg,
he's expected to be released in the next few months. They claim the police never recovered
the weapon, but obviously they probably saw it on surveillance tape. And he has faith that the case
will be open and shut. Now, I think they might actually beat the case. They never found the gun.
Yeah, you know, they could go with the theory that AACP Rocking went with, which is like,
yo, I've never seen the gun. Like, that was a fake gun, you know what I mean?
even though you could still be charged for using a fake gun to seem real.
You know what I'm saying?
Just days before his arrest, he was involved in one of the strangest rap beef at the top of the year,
one little T.J.
And two were kicked off of Max's stream for smoking.
And yeah, anyway.
All right.
So, okay, cool.
So that's going on.
Let me just kind of look through the blogs real quick.
I'm not doing a long stream today.
I really just popped on to listen to the album.
Yo, love to young boy, man.
Young boy looks so healthy.
You know, man, if you're a young boy fan,
man, I ain't going to lie to you.
Watching Youngboy like this, like I posted on my page too,
man, almost brought tears to my eyes, man.
Man, young boy, we love you, brother.
You know, I've been around you and, you know,
we ain't trying to get federal on here, but,
man, I've seen you out of it, my man.
Like, I've seen you out of it, Crotie.
So, you know, once I've seen you,
once I've seen you, and it was a point where, you know, I don't think, you know, I don't want
to attack nobody around, you know, like that, but, man, everybody was just allowing shit to
happen.
And obviously, that turned into you getting arrested for all that drug stuff.
Man, watching you clear-eyed, watching you look like you're in tune, man, this shit kind of
brings a tear to my eyes, bro, because, you know, we've seen a lot of musicians go down that
road of just kind of, like, really being, like, this droned-out person who just kind of loses
themselves over time and you know i hate to say it if you're why be fam and i think incarceration might
have helped him kind of got him off some of this hard stuff you know my boy was wilding bro
like that's the only thing my boy was wild and i'm telling you and um you know you know i was hoping
he ain't passed away i'm gonna keep it a being let's just put it like that so i to watch him like
this right now you know i ain't gonna say he ain't gonna have his vices he won't do what he gonna do
because everybody do what they do.
You know what I mean?
I ain't going to be a hypocrite.
I'll be drinking.
You know what I mean?
But it got to be with a moderation.
Everything in life got to be with a moderation.
And watching him now, I see him in the mall.
Yo, he looks a lot sober, man.
He looks good.
He looks good.
I can't wait for some new music.
He also said, yo, y'all got to tap him for the tour.
The tour dates are coming soon.
I'll be popping up to a few of those.
Don't you worry.
But we love Wabi.
And, you know, just watch him.
Watching him and you could look in someone eyes and see,
oh, that him all fucking sober, or he's more aware.
And I'm very happy for him.
Very happy for him.
Young boy, we love you, brother.
Can't wait for the new music and also the tour, right?
Let's see what else.
What else?
ESPN has drawn its largest NBA TV audience since during the first 11 games of the first round.
Okay, okay.
Yeah, niggas been fighting, scrapping.
There's been a lot going on.
You know, I spoke to Dirk's lawyer.
It's coming out on an episode dropping today on off the record,
but Dirk released a statement,
and this is the first time Dirk is kind of like officially spoke from his own account,
and he releases via his own account.
He said, listen, man, the recent development in Dirk's legal case
have brought a harsh truth to light.
The government presented false evidence to a grand jury to indict him.
This is injustice.
That's a violation of the very system that's supposed to protect all of us.
Now, let me give you the explanation.
I think we went over this in depth already.
The grand jury is a secret proceeding that the government gets to go unanswered, uncontested,
to provide investigatory supposed probable cause or facts that could establish to a grand jury
that there's probable cause that you committed a crime.
If they agree with that, they majority vote to indict you,
and then you have to stand trial.
A grand jury is only to determine, is there a grand jury.
enough evidence to bring it to trial.
According to Dirk, he's saying that they presented some stuff to the grand jury.
Remember, Dirk don't got no lawyers in the room.
Nobody's there, but the prosecutor and the jury, okay?
There's actually, there's not even a judge there.
You get what I'm saying?
It's like, it's like an administrative person, but pretty much the prosecutor runs the
whole thing, right?
Like the prosecutor gets to dictate a lot of rules in that type of sentence.
And the prosecutor presented something that just wasn't true.
They claimed that Dirk put a video of Kondo, Rondo, like, you know what I mean, crying?
oh, no, and all that type of stuff, like making fun of the pop death in one of the songs that he did with Babyface Ray called A Wonderful or something.
And that wasn't true.
So Dirk's lawyer said, yo, if y'all presented that to the grand jury and y'all got an indictment off of that because here's a thing.
Just to anybody we talked about this on the pod with his lawyer, Dirk was charging a criminal complaint.
He was then added to the original indictment that featured everybody but him in a superseding indictment, which is the second indictment.
when they added him to the indictment as the new co-defendant,
the only new fact they put in is that Dirk bragged about the murder
through his songs and with visuals.
And they're saying if you got a whole new indictment that you added him to,
right, with only one fact that was new that he bragged about the murder,
well, you got an indictment in a false way because that wasn't,
that was a fan-made video.
Anyway, he says,
Dirk has always used music to tell stories to express pain and heal,
and yet the same lyrics are now being used against them.
We refuse to stay silent as black artists continue to be criminalized for their creativity.
Rap is art.
As a family, we are asking the public and the culture to stand with us.
Truth, stand for fairness, stand for the voice.
Free Dirk, free the voice, let artists be artists, the bank's family.
I know his beautiful wife.
India also did post like free dirk or something
sorry
India
it's probably still up on her Instagram
she posted free dirk
by the way thank you to Dirk's label they dropped off a bunch of free Dirk
you know I've been always an advocate and supportive Dirk
they dropped off I got a bunch of free Dirk merch
you'll see me wearing it you know and
you know again I'll fuck with Dirk heavy
yeah so you see his
wife and baby mama
supporting him, Friedirk.
She reposted his statement.
And also, this is...
Do these press hits.
What are y'all hopes?
What are y'all trying to do?
We're trying to bring a real look.
What's really what is junior?
I call him Jr.
What is him?
What he's supposed to be looking,
you know, how he posed a view.
Jay Leszie, I hear what you're saying.
You say he didn't get indicted of a quando,
guando two-second clip.
You're not getting what I'm saying.
So in a grand jury, right?
Like, for example, like I told you out, like the, because,
I told you out, even the situation with, like, the case, they say, I have, right?
I was a victim in one.
So I got the explanation for my lawyers because they said that shit would have never went nowhere.
Two things.
I'm a celebrity.
That's what they said.
Secondly, they said there was a conflict of interest for the cops, right?
So they were going to, when Shurdy made up all that stuff,
and went to the cops.
They were like,
yo, we looked at it.
We looked at the surveillance tape.
There's nothing there.
They were going to just throw it out.
They knew at some point it might blow up,
might go public.
They don't want to get whatever.
So they said,
we don't want to make the decision on it.
The cops usually made the decision on it.
The cops and the prosecutors,
they make the decision on it and say,
we're going or we're not going, right?
They said, we don't want to get blamed for this
because later on if this comes out,
it's on TMZ and they said,
oh, these fucking cops covered up for act,
whatever.
They sent it to a grand jury.
The grand jury's job only is to say,
Is there evidence or not?
The grand jury, at least in Jersey, 23 people.
I think in the feds, I think it might be 23 as well.
They got to get 12 people to agree.
They're voting on probable cause.
Now, here's the thing.
There's a saying you could indict a fucking ham sandwich.
Here's why.
When this grand jury shit is happening, I don't know.
I don't know who's in it.
I don't know what they even told them.
Right?
Now, obviously, we cooperated with them.
We gave them fucking evidence.
We say, yo, here's our surveillance tape.
So they probably played the surveillance tape.
God knows what they fucking saw on that shit.
Because I didn't even watch all that shit.
I just know we ain't do nothing.
The grand jury looks at it, say there's no evidence.
Okay, why did I say that?
Because on a grand jury, whoever's going to be the potential defendant is not in the room.
You could say anything.
You could literally say to the people, yo, that ain't going to lie, man.
All right, I imagine the grand jury was like this, right?
And they said, yeah, you know, I fuck this kid named whatever, whatever, nor never happened.
But let's say that's a lie.
That's a lie that just told the grand jury.
The fucking grand jury at that point is going to be corrupted, be like, wait,
act already fucked a kid.
Oh, and then they're like, oh, you know, act like he murdered two other people.
They're like, where?
Act murdered two people too?
He's a bad person.
Now, when it's come time to vote on is there evidence, they might be tainted by just that.
You get what I'm saying?
So you can't present false evidence.
You got to present evidence of a crime.
So when you get something that's a fan-made edit and you,
put it in a grand jury where they're going to decide because it's a really fickle case for
Dirk did Dirk motherfucking did he do a murder for hire or maybe he's just friends with the guys
who slid and he has nothing to do with it. He didn't promise people money to center.
So when they're putting, oh, Dirk is bragging like yeah, I put the money up and he's putting
the edit of the and he's putting out of video using the, it looks like Dirk is like overtly
like basking in it.
You get what I'm saying?
And that is false because Dirk didn't make that video.
So when you submit that to the grand jury,
it's not that you, like,
it's like,
I don't know why I'm even doing this much to explain to you.
No, he doesn't get indicted over a clip,
but you can't put false evidence out there.
You can't, my nigga, if I told you,
if I told you, oh yeah, this thing would be slapping his mama,
he beat his bitch, and like, yo, he beat mad women.
and there's a case that, and by the way, that's all a lot, right?
You've never done none of that.
Say you're the defendant.
And then I'm trying to convince somebody if they should indict you on new charges of you
beating a woman, and I lied to them that you beat mad woman before.
You don't see how that prejudice the whole shit?
You can't do that.
That's not fair.
Judge me on what is real.
So they could use his lyrics.
Nobody said they can't use his lyrics.
But if you're using a video and you're saying he's taking a,
a news clip and stitching it into the lyrics,
which gives it more context,
which he never did.
And you're now having these people
who are thinking about indicting him saying,
oh, wow, this guy really don't give a fuck all.
He really did that.
Oh, yeah, I'm voting.
I'm voting because in a grand jury,
they don't vote guilty or not.
This ain't reasonable doubt.
Like, beyond a reasonable doubt is court.
All they got to say is if there's evidence,
they're going to sign the thing and says,
it's a true bill.
You need 12 people to say there is evidence.
It don't even mean if it's like,
it's good enough for a conviction.
So it's a really low standard.
So now when you indict a nigger,
it's murder for hire.
The niggas sitting there for years.
His life is done.
His career is gone.
He's going to,
I know he has a trial in October,
but like you done fucked up his whole life off of an indictment.
You get what I'm saying?
So the process, even though is secretive,
it's meant to be secretive to help people, to help victims.
It's not meant to persecute people.
So, again, if they use fake shit to get Dirk indicted, that process is tainted.
You don't get what I'm saying?
If you still questioning it, I don't even know why I'm still going off on this, right,
because I just can't believe somebody even said that.
So you wouldn't mind if the police walked up to your car and then you don't even smoke.
You don't smoke at all
The police is like
Yo I smell weed in here
You step out of the car
I gotta search it
You wouldn't mind if a cop did that to you then
Because now
They just made up
That they smelt weed
Let's say they went in your car
And then they found a gun
That's not registered to you
It's a legal gun
You think you should go to jail that
Right?
Because the cop made some shit up
Even if they later did find some shit
You'd think that's how the justice
system should work
Like niggas could just use some
fake shit to get some real shit. It don't work
like that. You get what I'm saying? You can't
use fake shit to get real shit?
If y'all believe Dirk did a murder
for hire, come with the evidence.
I asked his lawyer today too.
Yo, do they have
any of the shooters snitching?
He said they don't know at this point.
They said they haven't gotten all the evidence.
I'm surprised they're still
talking about lyrics.
The government should be like,
yo, fuck the lyrics. We got the
shooters who said Dirk paid him. He said,
the money Western Union.
They met it this spot and this spot to discuss it.
This nigga wore a wire and heard Dirk say, okay, that's some good fucking evidence.
But some weak-ass evidence that you got an indictment on, yeah, it's not going to be used to convict.
Well, it could be used to try to help him.
But that's not what he's going to get convicted on.
You can't get a nigga locked up and he got to sit in jail for a year and the basis of it is some fake-ass shit.
Come with the real shit at least, man.
That's all I'm saying.
Again, I'm not sitting here and saying Dirk is innocent.
You know, I hope he's innocent.
I like Dirk.
But the process, and this is what a good lawyer does.
The good lawyer is going to find those little loopholes.
Yo, wait, hold on.
Don't tell me I was up in the grand jury talking about some fake-ass shit.
You get what I'm saying?
It's like, imagine you get indicted.
Imagine Little Reese got indicted for murder,
and they were like, yo, the sources academics Warren Shireck video.
academics said every time
Little Reese typed
LOL niggas died. I mean little Reese killed
them niggas. If you were a little
Reese that you got indicted over that, wouldn't you say
that's some bullshit, bro? That's
the whole point of it, okay?
All right.
Somebody said, you're literally explaining why they were
getting an indictment regardless. No, no.
This doesn't mean that, you know, there's a motion to dismiss.
This doesn't mean, it just means the government
got to do it right. Like, don't let the government cut
corners on you. That's why I was using the example
of the niggins said he smelled weed you don't smoke but then he finds the illegal gun yeah yeah you're
doing something wrong you have an illegal gun but let the nigga go through proper means to get to
find the shit like again i'm a law and order person but i'm not like yo let the police just break
every fucking rule and just just whatever like yo the police just kick your door down when they
want no warrant and just violate you because i don't know maybe you have a stolen item in the crib no
it don't work like that like it's a very structured system and they should go through the proper means
So again, do I think they would be able to get an indictment on Dirk without the lyrics?
Yeah, I think they would.
But it don't matter.
Don't present lies.
If you presented lies, the government, you know, every prosecutor has to operate with this good faith basis,
which means that they're not there to persecute their own constituents.
They're not supposed to be there like, oh, we're just going to put a charge on this motherfucker.
And it's on them ethically.
If they see some shit as weak, they're supposed to not go forward with it, right?
if all you got is a habitual liar saying,
yeah, I heard he killed the nigger.
You can't go forward, like, even if you had a charge.
And by the way, prosecutors usually drop the cases like that.
All I think this means, and I kind of agree with this lawyer, shout to Drew,
they should either come back with a new indictment or prove that this was not presented.
But if y'all presented a lie and he got indicted while y'all presented a lie,
And he's not because of the lie, but y'all told a lie while summing everything up.
Get that out of here.
Now do I think they're still going to indict him?
Yeah, I think they're still indict him.
But do it the right way.
It's like, yeah, the cop know you got the body in the trunk.
But if he got to search the car by saying he smelt weed, no.
Go get the warrant the right way if you want to search the car.
Don't make up some lies.
That's what I'm trying to say.
My bet. I don't even know I'm going on a spiel.
It's like 7 a.m. in the morning.
It's 7 a.m. in the morning, bro.
All righty then.
