Starting point is 00:00:00 What's this? That's a little bit, vibbing into this. Yo, chat, we back. Show day. Showtime! I need that drop. I need that drop.
Starting point is 00:00:17 I need that drop. Showtime? Oh, I need just a drop. Yes, we'll have some bangers. Go, chat. What's good? What's good? It's good.
Starting point is 00:00:41 It's good. Today's show day, chat. I'm only streaming for a couple of hours, but we're going to get through some of the shit. I'm so sorry. I'm going to have to leave. leave y'all in the afternoon to go do the show but we're gonna get through at least the top of Cassie's testimony today's a day i wish today was tomorrow low key that i could have nothing for
Starting point is 00:01:02 the show day and be able to cover this Cassie shit all day anyway wait what am i looking for where my red bulls are i ain't got no coffee this morning i'm gonna get coffee when when i'm done streaming okay yo tell me why i got up listening to motherfucking dage loaf today yo And I realized, Dajloaf was on that Kanye shit, man. She said, I really hate Niga's. I'm a Nazi. You remember Dejloaf? Whatever happened to her?
Starting point is 00:01:28 I don't know why I woke up listening to some Dage Loaf. That's when, y'all remember when Dage Loaf was with Dirk? That's when Dijlove was, that's when Dirk was in a soft boy era. Is that a thing? Soft boy error. I'm going to take a little sip of alcohol. I ain't going to go too crazy, though. Come my bottle.
Starting point is 00:01:50 What's the fuck? It's all good. All right, Chad. Welcome, welcome, welcome. We are getting right into it. I believe everybody's in court. They're actually addressing Diddy's lawyers right now. The judge is addressing Diddy's lawyers. So we're going to get off to the races pretty quick. It appears that Diddy's lawyers all nine of them worked all night, kind of like I did, until three o'clock to come up with a bunch of excerpts and exhibits because what they're planning to do is to go at Cassie's head. They're trying to take her cranium off. Okay. Now, apparently they dumped 400 exhibits that they plan to use. So remember I told you, Cassie going to be on the stand.
Starting point is 00:02:33 She might give labor on the stand. She might go into labor on the stand, right? We kind of came to the understanding last night. You know, the most likely reason why she is the third witness in a case scheduled for eight weeks. She testified and took the stand in day two or day three. actually, day two, actually. She took the standing day two. The only thing that makes sense is that if they wait towards the end of the trial,
Starting point is 00:03:05 she might go into labor. We're hearing that she's probably eight months pregnant. She could go any day, right? And I'm guessing maybe any week. So they don't want to get her early that everything could be finished with her, that she only got to come back. Okay? Now, there is times that sometimes a witness do got to come back.
Starting point is 00:03:21 But, you know, they at least want to get her, direct cross, redirect, and also recross. Okay, so let's kind of start this off. But what I'm telling you about about the 400 exhibits, they're going to meticulously sit there and comb through a lot of shit with Cassie, right? All right, Ben. Let me, I'm going to play my man's vlog before he starts,
Starting point is 00:03:46 and then we already are in court with some of the stuff. I don't think Cassie has walked out yet, but they're arguing about, you know, The AUSA is tight at Dittie's lawyers saying, yo, what's up? You can't keep dumping 400 pages of, like, exhibits on me the morning of. Like, what the hell is we doing? Like, you got to give me some notice.
Starting point is 00:04:04 And Dittie's lawyers are saying, how the hell could we give you notice? Y'all went yesterday with Cassie. We are preparing our defense. We stayed up overnight, came up with 400 things that we need her to respond to, and we gave it to y'all this morning. How, there's no other time we could have gave it to you, right? because we're a reactionary. We're the defense. Okay. Here's my man. Okay, here we are. Matthew Russell Lee, inner city press. Here in the Southern District of New York
Starting point is 00:04:29 courthouse, today, Thursday, May 15th, 2025. We're covering the Sean Combs trial. It's misty out here, but we're going in early. Why? Because after yesterday, the direct examination of Cassie Ventura ended, there could have been cross-examination. It was only four o'clock, but they got into it. It's not my birthday yet. The birthday is on the 17th. My birthday is on 17th. So my birthday is on 17th. So my birthdays in two days. A big dispute about what... And I'm turning 30. Cross-examination can include. Can it include prior sexual acts? It involves Mr. Mark Agnifalo, lead counsel for John Combs, saying, if you were just going to say, are you effing somebody? That's not about an act. It's just a colloquial way that people say,
Starting point is 00:05:12 are you cheating on me? And jealousy is a big part of the defense. The prosecutors and lawyers for the victims, including Douglas Wigdor, who was on this. scene said no no you cannot ask about these prior acts and there's a there's a specific federal rule of evidence about it okay so that's why they were getting to the federal rule of evidence Douglas Wigdor who's on the scene you know I have an interesting question I'll post us some whatever litigator that's actually there or if we ever get the inside scoop remember we got the confirmation Cassie got 20 million dollars so remember she wanted 30 files a lawsuit she gets 20 right I would think
Starting point is 00:05:52 how these usually work the lawyer get like 30 to 40% okay I think in this case he probably got 30% 30% of 20 million dollars at $6 million that's a heist that's a heist now I have to believe he's not charging her to be at this trial
Starting point is 00:06:09 keep in mind he got he got the settlement already so he's good but I guarantee yo you just got her the bag you want to make sure the bag is still secured so now she's going through this I guarantee he's showing up right here. It's not necessarily pro bono. I think he's using that $6 million.
Starting point is 00:06:25 Like, now I'm just, I'm just use that as payment. So her civil attorney is showing up. I don't know if it's for emotional support, even though supposedly the dude is offering some, you know, legal support to Cassie. And I got to imagine the six M's he pocketed. So the way I would go, Cassie would get 14 M's. He gets 16. He gets six M's, okay?
Starting point is 00:06:46 When all these lawyers, the ambulance chasing ones, even the ones that don't, I don't think, this week there's an ambulance change lawyer they all want their 30 to 40 percent that's why they're going dumb hard okay some i've heard some lawyers only get 20 percent depend on the amount but anyway let's say 30 percent six million dollars yeah i'd probably show up to rain sleet or snow i'm with nick i might be with cassie and the i might be with cassie and the goddamn um delivery rule for six million dollars holy so that it's very all very interesting the problem with it is that they're saying can only be resolved, uh, in the robing room out of the public view. So
Starting point is 00:07:21 we're heading in to cover, I guess from the outside that, but we will be definitely covering the cross-examination, uh, in, in, in some detail. There's a lot of things going on. We put them up. We put some analysis on substack. We put some documents on Patreon and we're going to be back. Why I keep saying I'm pushing 40? I'm definitely not pushing for you. Don't, don't push a decade on me. Okay. Okay. I'm just going to go towards the, the, the decade I'm closer to. tweeting away. There's also extra subscribers for a little bit of analysis. In any event, this is the big thing here. As you'll see when we get to the courthouse, there's a huge, late last night that were people camped out in tents and little pods.
Starting point is 00:07:59 So it's something else, is all I can say. I was just thinking this morning, imagine if Combs were not in detention, it would be a mob scene, people yelling, ditty in the front. Now, of course, there are other cases, and we're covering them closely. On the New York corruption beat, Sacavino, Interestingly enough, the man from the fire department, the government was only asking for 30 months. Not only, but they were asking this of this selling of expedited review. Of course, some aerial debates, but 9 to 5 at least, it's all ditty. Now, in a sort of bigger world, SDNY judge Elversstein, who it was wheeled out to him,
Starting point is 00:08:37 the Trend de Aragua slash Alien Enemies Act case flown out of the SDNY. So there's that. We cover the United Nations. David. Yeah, Matthew Russell does a really good job. Salute to him. All right, bet, bet, bet, bet, bet, bet. We are locked in. And this is what's going to be happening in court, and we are in court.
Starting point is 00:08:58 Okay, so this is the cross-examination. Let me make it a little bit smaller for you. By the way, I want everybody to check in. Where are you reping? What the fuck is this? Where are you reping? Where are you from? What are you doing?
Starting point is 00:09:12 Shout to all my truck drivers, man. This is, hopefully y'all niggies not in traffic, man. I fucking hate traffic. Anyway, cool, let's see. All right, so this is before the cross-examination. They're just handling some really, you know, they got to handle these matters before you bring in the witness. And, of course, then the jury says,
Starting point is 00:09:30 so Cassie's lawyer, Douglas Wigdour, I told you, listen, at minimum, let me even take that money down, right? At minimum, we got four million. That's 20%. Like, no lawyer is going to represent you in a possible legal proceeding unless you're just paying them flat out and keeping them on Cassie was broke. So Cassie, who was broke is his joke.
Starting point is 00:09:49 And I'm pretty sure they probably looked at Cassie and said, if you ask him for 30, we don't even want to pay up front. Just give us a percentage of what we get for you because we ought to go at this nigga. Okay? So let's say even 20%. That's $4 million. So 20% would be 4. 30% would be 6.
Starting point is 00:10:05 So Douglas Wickdor, he realized he got to be up in there. It's not my birthday. It's my birthday in two days. All right. It's my birthday. Fuck it. It's my birthday. It's my birthday.
Starting point is 00:10:15 All right. All right. It's my birthday show. Okay, cool. So before the cross-examination, right? So Cassie's lawyer, Douglas Weigder, gets up there and says, listen, I got a right to be a part of the meet and confer about which evidence could be requested or questioned about. She's the only victim witness that is standing under Rule 412.
Starting point is 00:10:38 Let's see. Rule 412. Oh, it's a federal rule of evidence. Okay. All right. Okay, okay, okay. So yeah, her lawyer is pushing for his input in this criminal case. And granted, this isn't between Sean Combs, Cassie, and the government.
Starting point is 00:10:59 It's between Sean Cones and the government. However, he's trying to protect Cassie. Honestly, I keep telling you, I think there's a bunch of things that haven't been brought to light. And as much as we're hearing embarrassing things about Cassie, I do think they have made sure, I think, AUSA alike, and also her lawyer is making sure that certain things probably still don't get out of there. I know you think everything's being bare, bore all, but I don't think that's the case at all. The judge says, we got to move forward.
Starting point is 00:11:27 So it looks like they're kind of like shooting away Cassie's lawyer. I get the fuck out of here, nigga. All right. Any other issues, Ms. Slavic, and this is AUSA, says, as we noted our email to the court early this morning, and it says, no, judicial documents are not put out in the public document. It says, we might get a sign from Ms. Estabal, who will cross. Okay, so now we figure out who will cross. So Ms. Estavo,
Starting point is 00:11:50 let's Google her again. Didi Estavo. So this is a woman who is going to be Estevo. Am I saying the name wrong? Probably, right? Let's see. So I want to Google the lawyer that's going to be doing this heavy lifted. Okay, Anna Estevo.
Starting point is 00:12:19 By the way, she's from a New York. from Harris Oh, I don't know That looks like some Russian last name Let me just Google her real quick Ana Estevo, this is her right here, chat This is her I mean, it's fitting
Starting point is 00:12:33 You're going against six white women You get your own white woman Fuck it, you got to go You got to get your own white woman To combat the white man Is milk on milk violence man Milk of magnesium or it could be almond milk I don't give a damn
Starting point is 00:12:45 Did he probably said Brian Steele you chill You chill, you're a pit bull Mark Magnifalo, you said I got a baby off from Costco. You shut up too. And probably looked at, he has a black attorney and says, hell no. Hell no. You look like the niggil who I used to bring in the room to fuck Cassie.
Starting point is 00:13:01 You've seen the guy, you've seen the sketch of the porn star, right? Philip, he's a bald guy now, got like a little, you know, hammerhead, pause, extra pause in that. But he's like 40s. He's in his 40s now. And he's the guy who was the jury seized as the male escorts. court. So I could imagine he's like, yeah, I don't want my black lawyer now questioning her. So let me just use this woman. And I would imagine this got to be a strategy that was planned from the get-go. This ain't, oh, let's plan this at four o'clock last night. I got to imagine this
Starting point is 00:13:34 was months ahead where they're like, yo, what are we going to do on Cassie's Cross? And they probably planned this out carefully. They probably did mock examinations. When you get to trials like this of this magnitude right especially ones where you know i think this is the biggest moment in the trial of course unless ditty takes the stand if he takes the stand internet shut down facts that would be one of the biggest moments ever right in um at least let's say entertainment television court type of shit but that remains to be seen right now this is pretty much the biggest moment in this case so i would imagine they hired her just for this right and it looks like this team of litigators, everybody has a role. We're seeing everybody jump in. Xavier was objecting,
Starting point is 00:14:20 and he was the main one who was going over with, was it Flores? I think it was Flores, it was Flores, but it might have been Philip, which was a sex worker. That was his part. Then he got out of there. We saw Brian Steele handled Flores, actually. So we had Xavier who did Philip. So the second witness, which is Julian Philip or whatever his name, it's not Julian Philip. I'm sorry. Daniel Philip. That's the sex worker. They used to call him jewels. Xavier Donaldson handled that. Brian Steele handled the first guy. And then we keep hearing either objections or potential appellate issues get brought up by Alexandra Shapira. I'm not going to lie. His team, everybody has a role. It's not just nine lawyers all.
Starting point is 00:15:09 trying to do the same thing. We all know if anybody watches basketball or shit, if you watch you in football, if everybody needs the ball to shoot, you probably ain't going to have a team that win. Word to LeBron. You get what I'm saying? You need the people who are, I'm just being a corner. I'm the person who's just, I'm only here to get rebounds. And it appears that Ditty's team seems kind of organized where everybody is jumping in.
Starting point is 00:15:28 We haven't heard too much about her until she was carving out and prepping what they could ask Cassie. So I guess her job is to do the cross. Now, here's the thing. there could be another attorney or they could switch places when it comes to redirect or not redirect, recross. But we'll see. So cool. So now we know Esteve, I'm going to fuck up her name every time.
Starting point is 00:15:51 Estavo will be doing the cross. Slavix then says the defense last night dumped 400 exhibits on us. This can't continue. Not during the whole trial. And the judge says, Mrs. Stave, what's up, yo? And she then says, we've been working tirelessly in response to Mrs. Ventura. testimony. The judge then says, Mark, now Mark is supposedly the lead, right? Even though we haven't seen him really do any work other than address the judge, he hasn't cross-examined
Starting point is 00:16:21 any of these witnesses, okay? The judge says, Mark, I thought you were going to take this off my plate, right? The judge did have a conversation with Mark at the beginning of the trial. Mark starts to say, this Mark Agnithelian, says, I will keep trying, but this is the main witness, judge, she stands by herself. We've been doing this all night until three in the morning. We flagged exhibits for them, meaning the prosecutor. Slavic then says, there are two dozen exhibits that the government has objections to. They're listed in the chart.
Starting point is 00:16:52 The judge says, just the one in the chart. Again, these are judicial documents. They're not going into the public docket. And, yeah, okay, cool. So now, it looks like they get past those issues rather quickly. they say bring the jury in and the jury then enters the court. Obviously, Cassie is entering the court as well. Cassie's sworn in.
Starting point is 00:17:15 The jury is sworn in. And basically they're beginning. So this is the start of Cassie being cross-examined. So they say, Ms. Ventura, did you love Did he? She said, I did. It said for 11 years. Did you take care of him? She said in some ways.
Starting point is 00:17:34 Estabo then said, says, did you call him larger than life? She then says, I did. Okay. All right. Now again, we're going to be waiting about two to three minutes between every update. At times, you know, he's able to type. I don't know how he's able to type this in court.
Starting point is 00:17:50 We learned yesterday that they're taking your phones when you walk in the court. So when you walk in the court, they're taking their phones. So somehow he's able to scribe this. And I think he has a special access because he's, fought so much cases of lack of transparency and media privilege. He's always in SDNY, which is that court, that federal court. And he's fought so, he's raised so many motions and fought so many cases, especially against the UN, the United Nations, that he's allowed or I don't know how allowed, but he has
Starting point is 00:18:25 some type of either carve out or he has some type of device, right, that he could tweet all this out. So we really only have one source, which is him until the other people who are in. they're taking notes, they come out of the courtroom and then we could go to a couple of different sources and see what they're saying. You get what I'm saying? So until then, we really only have this. And by the way, this is not only for us, NBC News, Lauren Crimes, CNN, e-news, they're all using this guy. Everybody sources this guy because no one is allowed to have a phone or electronic device in there to be able to give their own versions. You're allowed to take a notes, pen and paper.
Starting point is 00:19:03 That's it. So we'll be able to be. wait. Okay. He says, others called him Diddy or Puff Daddy. But you called him Sean, right? She said yes. Estabo says, you knew a version of him that the world can see, right? Then the AUSA says objection. It just says overruled.
Starting point is 00:19:22 Ventura says in what ways? Now, I think we're watching now Estabo is trying to set this up. She's establishing, you loved him, you viewed him a certain way. We don't know where she's going yet, But clearly, this is the strategy to set up what we're anticipating to be a long cross-examination process of Cassandra Ventura.
Starting point is 00:19:44 Remember, did he affectionately use the caller Cici, which stood for Cassandra Combs, even though you could tell. He had no plans to get getting married to her. You know what I'm saying? Anyway. Can't stop, won't stop, huh? Yeah, we're going to see how this.
Starting point is 00:20:03 Let me tell you this. This All-Star lineup, if not for the result, We don't know what the result of this is going to be. But what Diddy is paying for all these lawyers to be here on trial, all the paralegals, investigators, the ancillary people, administrative people, that's what comes with every time you hire one of these people that come from a high-powered firm. You're going to get access to their paralegals. You're going to get access to their administrative people.
Starting point is 00:20:29 So you're compounding a team that is scouring. Like, if they're all, you've got to remember, right, at this moment, They're working 24 hours. You know, a lot of lawyers work off billable hours, right? You know, words my man, PBD, because this is true. I know, because I see the bills. When I get on the phone with my attorneys for 20 minutes, they charge you for an hour. So when you see, like, what the fuck?
Starting point is 00:20:56 A $1,200 phone call, what the fuck? We just talked for $20 a minute. It is what it is. Did he got nine lawyers. They're also charging top dollars, not only because they're going to charge, of premium is Diddy. Brian Steele just came off dropping a smooth 81 points. He's charging top dollar.
Starting point is 00:21:13 Mark Aging the Phillio is dropping top dollar. You have Tenney. You have all these other people, but also then you've got to think about it. Diddy's paying for a PR firm? Did he's hemorrhaging cash right now? Not saying he doesn't have it. He did liquidate a bunch of things. And I think he prepared a war chest.
Starting point is 00:21:32 Remember he was trying to sell the plane, trying to sell the house. he also got a new mortgage he like refinanced so he took some equity out to get liquid that he could start paying some bills because he knew they ain't no more sarah or there's no more diajo deal the music industry shit so pays him but like yo you might need some some excess of cash to shut some people up to do whatever and trust me there's investigators out to ass there's lawyers out to ass i would imagine this trial is probably costing him gotta be like I gotta imagine like a hundred K a day. This is going to be a really,
Starting point is 00:22:10 this is gonna be really one of those if you, if you ask me. This is just, I know I pay to, I don't, I have good lawyers. They're like top tier. But these are like,
Starting point is 00:22:21 not only top tier, they're celebrity lawyers. They're what you call super lawyers. So then you got to put that rate, put it plus another rate. Yes, I'm pocket watching. How much did he spend it?
Starting point is 00:22:29 Yes. It's a lot. So anyway, And what I was saying is that they're working through the clock. They're working 24 hours, right? Like, they're telling you where we work till 3 a.m. Estabo says, you kept coming back to him for 11 years, didn't you? Cassie says, I wouldn't say coming back.
Starting point is 00:22:48 That's going to be interesting, chat. Was she voluntarily returning or was Diddy forcing her to come back? That's going to be important. Estabo says, you believed. He loved you, too, didn't you? Ventura says, yes, I didn't you? did believe he loved me to. Stava then says, so when he cheated on you, did it hurt? Ventura says, not every time. Hmm, interesting answer. Not every time.
Starting point is 00:23:14 Chat, you get where they're kind of going with this? They're kind of going with, I feel like the trajectory right now is, Cassie, stop the fucking bullshit. You know you voluntarily kept coming back to this shit. You had many chances to leave. You have many chances. You have many chances. to get out. You even admit that you dated other people. You could have ran away. You could have went to the police. You could have did all this things. This whole idea that you were scared of him or you were scared that he might do something to you and Kid Cuddy, so you went back to him. That don't make no goddamn sense. You was loving that lifestyle. Wasn't you? Keep out on it. That's what they're trying to get to. Now, you've got to let the woman do it. Can't
Starting point is 00:23:53 let a pit bull like Ysell steel handle that, right? Cool. Here we go. Estabo says, bring up this defense, exhibit, and they're bringing up an exhibit now. The AUSA says, objection, which we're going to hear a lot, because remember, you have to enter some of these things in evidence, and they're not in evidence, and remember, there's 400 new exhibits that supposedly the defense wanted to do. The judge says that's true. That's not in evidence. So because it's not in evidence, they could have her referred to it, but they can't put it up on the screen for the jury to see. It says, Ms. Ventura, just read it to yourself.
Starting point is 00:24:37 Why did you send this message? She says to let him know I was going to dinner. Okay? All right. We're going to see, Chad. Yeah, this is going to be the teetering point today. And I'm so, I'm so sad I'm going to have to miss the second half of the day. But this is going to be the teetering point for this case because if they,
Starting point is 00:25:11 they start to break Cassie and they basically turn her statement yesterday or her testimony yesterday which came across as I was hopeless, helpless, and I was down bad. I didn't know how to get out. I didn't know I was being controlled and this guy made it feel like I was pursuing his love but all the while he was just controlling me and he was just sex trafficking. me, right? She did a good job yesterday of kind of putting that out there. She ended it with a drop mic moment is the pain I felt.
Starting point is 00:25:49 That's why, and it was supposed to preemptively, you know, respond to, because you know there's going to be a section where they say, yo, why the hell did you wait five years to bring up a book and ask for $30 million? $30 million. Why did you wait five years? If you were that hurt, this and third, keep it a hundred. You were broke. And she wants to say, no, I try to kill myself during the five.
Starting point is 00:26:11 years, I was hurt. This shit fucked up my life. I didn't want to live. And when I couldn't figure out any other avenue to deal with it, that's when I brought up the book. The fact that I got $20 million later and I did sue, it just kind of happened. But none of this is driven by the fact that I don't, I'm not with him anymore. And I'm not in that lifestyle.
Starting point is 00:26:32 And I might have some monetary needs. It's all because I was a victim and my life is ruined forever because Diddy had dozens actually well she said hundreds hundreds of instances but we don't know at least dozens of men um ejaculating on her and peeing on her okay so let's see
Starting point is 00:26:55 right it says uh what was going on in these messages what was going on when these messages were sent she says I'm not sure Estabo says what was going on in your relationship then she said it was early uh we were loving uh estabwe says I offer it AUSA says objection
Starting point is 00:27:14 being offered for the truth. The judge actually rules with Estavo, saying overruled. Now, this is going to be a whole back and forth game the whole time. I wouldn't be surprised if in the next 20 or 30 minutes the judge is going to call a sidebar because what's happening is that they're showing Cassie a bunch of text. Remember, they got all the messages, both sides, got all the messages. They picked out new messages. So they had messages that they wanted to bring up.
Starting point is 00:27:42 so those were entered into evidence. They found more messages last night, and they're showing them pictures of the messages or it might be photos or whatever. And because it's not in evidence, the AUSA is going to say, now y'all ain't putting that on the screen for the jury to see, hell no.
Starting point is 00:28:01 And the judge agrees. Okay, it's not in evidence, but there's a loop, there's a go-around. You could show it to her, and if she doesn't repeat what's on there, right, she could then you could have a conversation about what she has seen you get what i'm saying so it's a roundabout way and this is where the a usa is kind of pushing back on this estavo is kind of trying to get her way and the judge is going to either have to overrule or sustain it every single time so now
Starting point is 00:28:28 it's a really it's a real back and forth game it's like tennis at this point so we're going to see how this gets played right now also you got to remember cassie said it was early in their relationship She did testify very early in the relationship. Things seemed like pretty perfect. It's a honeymoon face, chat, right? It's a honeymoon phase. Seven years in, she had claimed that she voiced frustration to him, like, yo, all we do is freakoffs.
Starting point is 00:28:56 You get what I'm saying? It's like, y'all never get with a new chick. And for that first, like, week or month, y'all, y'all together, y'all doing X, Y, Z, y' y'all all over the place, y'all outside. Man, you went this chick for two years, man. You're like, man, leave me alone. I'm playing the game. I ain't got, yo, we ain't doing nothing for three weeks.
Starting point is 00:29:10 That's just what it is. So it looks like they got into a routine, but at least up front, Diddy was probably whining and dining, showing her a good time. She was buying into this like, oh, this is going to be life forever. And six months into the relationship
Starting point is 00:29:25 or maybe a year, she gets introduced to this idea of freakoffs. They do a freakoff once. And I would imagine Diddy didn't say, let's do it again the next day. He probably chilled two months later. Maybe no one freaky-ass nigga Diddy. He probably waited like a good two weeks.
Starting point is 00:29:40 and then be like, hi, let's do it again. And then it probably got more and more frequent and they stopped doing all of the other things that she probably was interested as like, you remember she was a 22 year girl at that point. Now her life was all revolving around the freakoffs and she tells him seven years later like, yo, bro, all we're doing is fuck it.
Starting point is 00:30:00 Like, what are we doing? Right? Now, this is, and this is where I'm going to ask you guys, do you think this constitutes sex trafficking? because what I think what Diddy was kind of doing was like what a lot of guys do to certain extent I'm not saying every guy does what Diddy does as things became more mundane
Starting point is 00:30:21 later in the relationship and all they're doing is freakoffs Diddy is starting to almost like let her know don't worry like yo you're Cassie Combs like almost giving her that false hope like nah don't worry about that we fin to get married like we go lock in and that's the type of thing that I believe she was always having that hope that she was
Starting point is 00:30:47 going to either have kids for Diddy you know we heard Roger Bond say that she would ask other people to be like yo could you try to bring it up to Sean about getting married to me or having a kid with him like she wanted that so did he realize I desperately she wanted that and I guess maybe the thirst of her wanting the career also kind of starting to dwindle because Diddy was killing that opportunity. Like, Did he literally killed her career. It's pretty much facts. Now, you could make that argument to say,
Starting point is 00:31:15 well, he gave her a career. That's probably, that's probably, did she have that me and you saw him before, Diddy? I think she did. She had it with Ron Leslie. Hmm. Anyway, let's see if we got another tweet. So what I took from the,
Starting point is 00:31:36 it was early we were loving, is that she was like, that's the honeymoon phase, right? Estabo says, could you please read? Ventura says, I wrote, I love you. Smiley face. I'll fly anywhere for you. I love you, Cass.
Starting point is 00:31:51 Now, this is a good, this is a good strategy to start out. How you claim you're getting sex trafficked. You didn't want to go to these places. You didn't want to do any type of freakoffs. You were doing it against your will, but you're sending him messages saying, I love you, I'll fly anywhere for you.
Starting point is 00:32:07 I love you. Now, again, there's still a way to look at this like, hey, she's being coerced. Even though she says this, she's saying this on a duress. But whatever, I'll digress on that point. Let's keep it going. Estabo establishes that this is a 2009 email, and AUSA says,
Starting point is 00:32:23 objection, hearsay. The judge says, Stabo, ask more questions, please. Again, you're going to keep hearing these objections. And I'm telling you, he's going to go to a sidebar eventually, or at lunch they're going to argue more about, yo, what's up with these exhibits, right? Stavo says, from Blackberry, what is BG? BG is baby girl. Okay, baby girl.
Starting point is 00:32:43 Okay. All right. One thing, and y'all tell me if this is game or maybe this was an attempt at control and manipulation, you let me know. Diddy would have these nicknames for her, and Diddy required her to call him these affectionate nicknames as well. For example, he would call her Cece.
Starting point is 00:33:10 He would call her baby girl. She had to call him Popop. Is that game? or is that a sort of control? Remember, the nickname Pop Popop comes from her grandfather's nickname, and he supposedly had asked her, what do you refer to your grandfather as? She says, well, I referred to my grandfather as Pop Pop.
Starting point is 00:33:40 And he says, you should call me Pop Pop. Remember, Roger Barnes also told us that Diddy was having a conversation with Cassie's dad and checked Cassie's dad and said, I'm her father now. Is that game, some play a shit, or is that control shit? Somebody said, now he's just being in a relationship. Okay.
Starting point is 00:34:05 All right. Okay. Someone says they watch trafficking documentaries that happened in Romania, and he says, based on what he watches about those trafficking documentaries that happen in Romania
Starting point is 00:34:18 and how sex trafficking works, he says he's seen, similarities in this and he believes this is trafficking. Now, I don't know if this is the same laws. Remember, Andrew Tate also was accused of sex trafficking in Romania and they accused him of using what they called the lover boy method. I don't know if that's necessarily in U.S. law where they could like use it in an indictment, but the lover boy method is is kind of selling a dream. What regular niggas would call regular niggas and players would call selling a dream, You tell a chick like, like, I can't wait for you to have my kids.
Starting point is 00:34:51 You, I can't wait until we get married. We're going to buy a house, move in. We're going to move to, we're going to move to L.A. We're going to do this. Like, you super up so much. She's like, oh, my God, take the pussy, whatever you want. I'll kiss your feet, whatever. Like, I just want that dream you don't sell me.
Starting point is 00:35:07 And then basically, in the back of your mind, you'd be like, yo, bitch, we ain't never going to get there. I'm just trying to get the box. That is a part that's seen as manipulation. and if it's done in a certain way, right, where you either extract money from that person or you extract just sexual services in a trafficking way, that could be, that manipulation there
Starting point is 00:35:31 is something that prosecutors could use in making their case. You get me? But I've seen that in Romania, but just to be fair, I haven't covered much sex trafficking cases in the U.S. Like we usually just do Rico. shit, right? Or like gun cases or something. All right.
Starting point is 00:35:52 Chat, everybody got a homeboy that sells a dream. You know what I mean? Like, he's the type of nigga. He tell a girl he loved him third day in. Yeah, I love you, girl. Damn. Yo, I can't wait for us to have kids. You like, I think it's only been a week. Like, what are he telling her that?
Starting point is 00:36:08 Yo, you're my wife. Like, he don't even make, he only make the girl his girlfriend yet. He said, yo, that's wifey. He's to start over-promising. And women sometimes do fall victim. for that, right? Or not necessarily victim, because I want to say, because I think women, a lot of men, too. Like, you know, some people also say, no, I just lying, or that's just sometimes the honeymoon
Starting point is 00:36:28 phase, like, just saying shit you might not mean, it doesn't mean you're trying to manipulate, right? It's like, it's like you, it's like, you've been in the middle of sex and say some shit you absolutely don't mean? And as soon as you get that post-nuck clarity, if Shorty brings it up again, you're like, What? All right. We're waiting for the next tweet here, people.
Starting point is 00:37:00 Cassie already had a boyfriend, who was a producer when she met Diddy. She wanted Diddy money, so she left her man. Now, that is going to be a very interesting point, chat. The interesting point of Diddy's attorneys trying to make the argument to say, well, Cassandra Ventura is a opportunist. She's someone who chases the bag. She chases the check. She got a taste of the music industry lifestyle and what that opulence and, you know, that rich lifestyle looks like
Starting point is 00:37:35 when she got with Ryan Leslie. And every time she tried to choose up, she got introduced to Diddy. She tried to choose up. She did. At times when she thought Diddy wasn't doing it for her, she tried to go link with Drake. Remember, there was rumors she was about to sign of Drake.
Starting point is 00:37:52 Then, after years of trying, and these guys like understanding what she got going on and it wasn't going anywhere, she falls in love with another guy who probably sold her a dream as well. And then after realizing she just, her game of musical chairs of chasing the bag is as erupted or eroded,
Starting point is 00:38:13 she's now suing and this lawsuit turned into a federal case. I mean, that could be an angle, right? That could be an angle. You got to tie the part that the only reason why she's trying to get millions is because she's used to the lifestyle and she was chasing a lifestyle. She's just an opportunist.
Starting point is 00:38:35 That's a defense angle, right? All right, I don't know why we're not getting another tweet yet. What's going on? What's going on? All right. So I say, yeah, F this me too, shit, man. Well, here's the thing, too. I think because once we hear there's a potential victim,
Starting point is 00:38:59 we have to treat it with kid gloves. Right? Like, I see a lot of these chicks, like, yo, I see a lot of these chicks on, like, social media. Now, this is before, like, Cassie's time, and I'm not saying Cassie's necessarily this. But, like, I see a lot of these chicks. They literally let you know what it is. If he ain't, if he can't buy me D or he P. Or, like, that's how they're running.
Starting point is 00:39:23 So, later on, when they make any accusations, and you realize that they're intent in the beginning. was chasing money. Now here's the thing, is it reverse? And again, this might be a stupid point, but allow me to try to make it. If we're going to say that Diddy, Did he manipulated her by using her career and money over her head, right, and opportunities over her head
Starting point is 00:39:49 to get whatever freaky desires fulfilled from this woman, is it also safe to say that this woman use the idea of, oh, I'm just looking for love, but in reality, she was looking for the bag. That's manipulation too. Now, granted, she is testifying that she loved them. But still, a lot of these guys who got the money, they just want to check who's going to be loyal
Starting point is 00:40:16 and love them and do whatever they want, right? That's what they're looking for. The women know that. The woman give that perception, sell that dream. So they're selling a dream, too. But really what the woman want is the bag. They're out of the crown of Rose Royce rather than a Honda. You get what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:40:33 So maybe it's manipulation on both sides. They're both playing a game. Now, when we hear it in court, and because every time when we talk about, you know, especially women, but especially anybody who can be a victim, you got to handle with kid gloves, it's kind of sensitive to say, well, you know you manipulated him too. You manipulated him saying you were loyal.
Starting point is 00:40:55 You manipulated him saying X, Y, and Z. you are cheating too. So the same things you claim he was abusing you do and you were doing it too. You put your hands on him. You cheated on him too. You did a bunch of those things
Starting point is 00:41:09 even left them for the trainer. Again, I'm not throwing I'm just trying to throw out theories that may be how people could perceive this. Now do I think a jury's going to think about it in that way? No, I don't.
Starting point is 00:41:21 I don't. All right, let's see if we get another tweet. Huh. Yeah, give me a second. Yeah, we haven't gotten a tweet in 10 minutes. it's not too sure why okay we just got one cool estabos says what did you write ventura says are you hungry pop pop is that weird to y'all i guess you would it's like when conier says call me sir
Starting point is 00:41:57 i'm like fuck ventura says so cassie says you hungry pop pop pop that's the name for her grandfather which she says that's uh diddy estavos says and mr combs wrote to you we are so in love we don't do anything else. Huh. How long has y'all been seen each other? Now, maybe they were talking about sex or, I don't know, but supposedly Diddy says, we're so in love we don't do anything else. Ventura says this was two and a half years into the relationship.
Starting point is 00:42:35 So it's kind of establishing this pattern that, you know, primarily all you and Diddy did was fuck. like I get this whole manipulation shit but you admitted that the early stage of the of the relationship it was loving you admitted that this was supposedly the time that the quote quote abuse ain't start and did he's telling you
Starting point is 00:43:00 and you're calling a pop pop he's buttering you up but he's even telling you then because later on she does complain about it she complains that all we do is fuck all we do is free cops it looks like they're trying to establish that Diddy's saying to her, we're so in love, we don't do anything else. Like maybe they in bed or they just fucked or whatever.
Starting point is 00:43:19 So I guess they're trying to tell her or establish, you know, from day one, all Diddy was doing is fucking you. That's all he wanted to do with you. Fuck. And you were down with it. You were down with it in the beginning. And then at some point, you switched up, but you had chances to leave. How did you get trafficked when you could have left?
Starting point is 00:43:39 Remember they started out the question by saying, you kept coming back. Then they said, okay, when was this in the relationship? It says early, we were loving. Okay, so y'all were loving. It wasn't abuse, bet. But it's early. In 2009, you said, I'll fly anywhere for you.
Starting point is 00:44:02 This is 2009. That's what she said, I'll fly anywhere for you. Cassie's saying they were loving then. So you said you would fly anywhere for him because you love him so much. he's telling you damn all we do is fuck he's not complaining but he's like damn we're so in love that's kind of all we're doing like you know what I mean
Starting point is 00:44:21 like we don't do anything else I don't think let me put that in context he's basically saying we just been fucking a lot right because we're so in love we don't really do anything else and so how long you have been seeing each other then for two and a half years so I think they're trying to establish like there was no drastic shift
Starting point is 00:44:37 from how Diddy first met her to what ended what it ended of being. And Cassie had the opportunity to leave, but she ain't want to leave because of the lifestyle. She was chasing a check. She was chasing a bag. Again, for people who are just tuning in, I'm Rene Cassandra's Ventura's cross-examination. We're about like 20 minutes in. Please note, if you hear me giving a scenario, I am playing devil's advocate to certain extent, and also this is the defense time. So I'm trying to put some, you know, meaning to what we're seeing in tweets.
Starting point is 00:45:15 The tweets sometimes are dry. I'm trying to put some meaning to it, how the defense is trying to get it to play, right? All right. Estabwe says, please read this. And this is that I'm 1364. I haven't talked to it at all. You don't even try. You rush me off the phone.
Starting point is 00:45:37 I'm really hurt. I don't need your money. I need some attention. Estabo says, you wanted your special time with Mr. Combs. Ventura says yes. Okay. All right. Also, it's very interested that they put this tweet in there
Starting point is 00:45:58 because I guess they're going to also, I'm pretty sure they're going to juxtapose this to later on. Maybe Cassie, they're establishing that Cassie initially says, I don't want money. I just want you. And maybe she changes that. you know, they're not going to bring up after the relationship because the relationship is over. And clearly she wanted money then because she asked for $30 million.
Starting point is 00:46:21 But maybe towards the end of it, she would ask for gifts in exchange for, you know, all right, listen, you all right, I need a bag. Like, yo, we're going to Miami? We're going to do the hotel thing again? All right, I need a bag. And that might be a thing where they're saying, no, that's her coping and basically, damn there being a little sex worker. LsW, that's 50 would say. Because if you ask me, I think this probably started out as Lovin.
Starting point is 00:46:51 And even if she didn't want the bag, only an idiot. You know, any chick who really won't the bag who won't get the bag, don't tell you they want the bag. Like, they just get the bag. They get the bag by getting you, right? They realize you're the bag, they get the bag with you. The bad gold diggers tell you they want the bag. And then they usually get the small bag and get the fuck out of there, right? I could see a world where Cassie wants to seize.
Starting point is 00:47:17 Diddy as this, not only the bag, but falls in love with him rather quickly. Diddy seems to be extreme with everything. Let's fucking go to Micanos. Let's go to fucking Paris. You know, we're staying in the best places. Like, she's seen a lifestyle that is above every other lifestyle in hip hop. She has security tail in her. She has assistance that she could order around.
Starting point is 00:47:42 And this guy is the representative of that. She loves this guy. She wants him to value her. her like how she values him. However, over time, she realized he ain't going to be faithful. He got other hosts. And he's a super freaky-ass nigga. And it probably erodes that love or whatever, and she turns it into damn near a transactional type of thing.
Starting point is 00:48:06 Remember the Shannon Sharp shit? That girl wasn't asking Shannon Sharp for 25,000 of cheek when it just started. It's when it kind of erodes a bit, and she realized. oh, you're just going to have other bitches, oh, you're just going to be disrespecting me, or you just going to leak a video if you're getting your dick sucker, you fucking alive. I bet.
Starting point is 00:48:25 Well, buy me something, nigga. Now it's not about I just want you to love, whatever it is. Anyway, I might be reading too much into it and where this might go, but it is what it is. Okay, cool. All right, Chad. All right, all right.
Starting point is 00:48:41 So we are at, it's not 907, it's 1007. I don't know why this is on Central Time. Okay. Yeah, 25 a cheek was crazy, right? But yet, when we looked at the messages between her, it started out the same way. It started out the same way.
Starting point is 00:49:10 It started out, and I've seen this before. I've seen this with women with me. First meet them, they're like, oh, I just love you. I just love you. So about love, love, love, love, love. They catch you fucking two other girls. Or they catch you like just being you. after a while it then becomes
Starting point is 00:49:25 you start to see a little transactional like that's the women disassociating at that point they're like all right I'm gonna tolerate this shit but I need this you get what I'm saying that's what's happening y'all'm gonna tolerate this but I need this
Starting point is 00:49:39 just like how shrewdy with Shannon is like I'd you know in in the in the outside of and I know somebody I might be like what you're talking about here this is the reality of shit If Cassie was with a regular boyfriend
Starting point is 00:49:57 Who brought another man in to fuck her A sex worker Piss on her and nutting her And she wasn't with that She's breaking up with him A lot of times these women know kind of a little bit These bitches know what they're signing up for bro Let me tell you this
Starting point is 00:50:14 When a woman signs up to be with like a rich famous guy You know you're gonna get cheated on 30 times Let me ask you out a question All my chat queens and all my chat niggas If your girl cheat on you Are you going to let her come back? Likewise with the females. I'm really acting into females.
Starting point is 00:50:27 If your man cheat on you, how many times you let him cheat and keep letting him come back? In this celebrity world, you let the person come back all the time because you are not trying to lose that whole, the trove of wealth or resources the person has. And that's why it gets transactional after a while. So that's what I'm saying, we see this all the time. These people just go in for love. but over time it becomes 25K per cheek, not necessarily 25K per cheek, but you see it becomes,
Starting point is 00:50:56 yo, I need this, I need this. Because mentally those women are saying, I need that to tolerate this. If I got to tolerate you fucking a bitch on live and doing that, I need some money. That's why you even hear some of these women online. They'll be like, oh yeah, like did you hear Boston Richie girlfriend?
Starting point is 00:51:15 He bought my forgiveness. Like she used to be arguing with his side girls and be like, yeah, yeah, he sent me 30. And you get to realize if there were some regular people that had regular jobs and didn't have that amount of money between them, that girl is not going online saying she, like, bragging about how much she's forgiven him for cheating on her with the other woman. She was just leave. But there's a lot of money involved, right? I hope you guys understand that point.
Starting point is 00:51:43 Okay. So Estabos says this. You testified you told him, I love you so much. You make me a better woman. Cassie says, I definitely wrote those messages. Oh shit. Yo, Alex, fine. You better get her.
Starting point is 00:51:59 You better get her, gang. You better get her. Tom I definitely wrote those messages. What? You definitely wrote, I love you so much. You made me a better woman. Yo, Alex, get her. That nigga Alex is probably sitting there like,
Starting point is 00:52:13 that nigga is sitting there like, Shug Knife. Just cracking his knuckles like. Yo, what the fuck? I would have dipped out of the courtroom after this. I definitely wrote those messages. Stava says, you wrote, I can't wait until we have a baby of our own. You knew he had six children at that time, right? She says yes.
Starting point is 00:52:35 What I tell you, chat, they're going to break it down. She's going to start crying in the worst way. Watch. They're going to break it down to her. Shorty, you just fell for the game. The nigger told her he was going to marry you, put a baby in you. You believed it. You were down for it.
Starting point is 00:52:52 wanted to do shit trying to get it. You could have left that anytime. He wasn't lying. He did plan to have kids with you, but he realized he was cheat on him too. So he didn't want to have kids with you no more. You testified, you told him,
Starting point is 00:53:10 I love you so much. You make me a better woman. She said, I definitely wrote those messages. You wrote, I can't wait till we have a baby of our own. So you could tell early on, she is interested in his idea.
Starting point is 00:53:25 And by the way, don't we see this a lot? Like chat, let's break this down to the skin and bones. We're seeing a pattern here. Young pretty girl gets with super wealthy or rich celebrity. I hate to bring up the Shannon Sharp shit, but I have to. Okay? We hear this idea and they're getting with men who already have family.
Starting point is 00:53:55 Shannon Sharp has two grown-ass kids. I think even older than Shorty, I believe. But we all hear of. about these women who then yearned to have a family with those guys. The woman was telling Shannon, I want to have your big black baby. Ventura is saying, I can't wait till we have a baby. So we're seeing a little bit of parallels in how, remember, she's probably 22, 23 at the time. Man, did he's 40, 45, whatever he was at that time.
Starting point is 00:54:38 And she knew he had six kids. The pattern is these women get with a dude. They do fall in love. But a lot of times the love is represented by the power, the money, the status. You know, even if you want to call them a gold digger, you know, as I said, the stupid gold digger goes in and acts directly for the money. The smart one is going to have kids with you. Both of them are still gold diggers. One just knows you secure the bag with the child.
Starting point is 00:55:16 You secure the bag with a child in the ring. That's the real bag secure. Really, the ring is. No pre-nup. That's how he scared the bag. The dummy, the little stupid business on social media, they thought they secured a bag with a Chanel on the thing. Or, oh, yeah, I'm driving a car.
Starting point is 00:55:35 That shit can get repoed. So you see these women, they start talking or bringing up the idea of kids very early. Very early in the relationship. D.D. He had six kids at the time. Kim Porter, I believe, was still alive. you think that Diddy was thinking about having kids with this woman who I think we could kind of deduce. This was Diddy's fun girl. Fuck object.
Starting point is 00:56:09 Or as we learned pretty much yesterday or the day before, this was Diddy's beard, if you know that term, the person who could be the conduit and the middle person to hide his homoerotic desires. Did he want to seam it? Cassie testified to that. She would scoop the cement out of her box and oil it into his nipples. Anyway, let's keep it going. It's interesting watching this strategy. Anybody watch football?
Starting point is 00:56:57 What's our favorite football team? You know, in the beginning of a football game, when you have a great quarterback or you have a great offensive coach, you usually see they'll try a run, they'll try two runs to set up the play action. 40-yard pass post route. Okay, cool.
Starting point is 00:57:23 They'll do a few slant passes to set up a misdirection run by like Sequin to the out of bounds, not through the offensive line, if I get what I'm saying. So I think what's happening here, and I think we're looking for direction. I think what Estavo is doing is she's setting up a few things. She's setting it up. She ain't hitting the hellmer. She ain't hitting the play action yet. But the Patriots, man, Patriot's been down bad for a while.
Starting point is 00:57:59 Yeah, setting up the baby oil play, right? I get it. So she's setting it up right now. But we, as we're watching all these tweets come through, we're trying to figure out where she's going. I feel like we have a good grasp. Here we go, though. So now these messages about the freakoff.
Starting point is 00:58:14 Okay, look like she's about to do the play now. When you say it don't matter to me, you mean weekend or weekday either is fine. Oh, interesting. Ventura says that's what it says. So she's agreeing with the message. So look like there's a message about the freakoff where she says, you know it doesn't matter to me, Sean.
Starting point is 00:58:45 You mean weekend or weekday, either is fine. She says that's what it says. Estabo says, Mr. Combs says, maybe we can call Jules. Can you do it? She says yes. All right, chat. It's about to happen now. It's about to happen.
Starting point is 00:59:07 They're about to lock in on her ass. So what they set up initially was Cassie, even bringing up the idea of family kids. Cassie saying and volunteering the idea of, Diddy, I want to be with you so much, I'll fly anywhere for you. Cassie, who seemingly is saying, hey, anytime, anywhere, any day, I'll be there.
Starting point is 00:59:43 Just bring the baby oil. She was down for the freak off whenever. Wait, what, says timeout, where they're getting these texts from. Everyone's devices were seized, and there were subpoenas sent out to phone companies. They have all the text messages between them. Last night, so what happens is you enter exhibits
Starting point is 01:00:09 into evidence that you plan to bring up in court. Last night after Cassie got finished with her cross, no, not cross, her direct. They spent, they got out of court at five, Didi's defense team stayed up till 3 a.m. and came up with 400 more exhibits. We don't know if they're all texts, but these ones are texts.
Starting point is 01:00:32 They're using these texts to counteract what she said yesterday. That's their goal. That's their first goal. And then they're going to go into their original plan of breaking her down. So these exhibits and text messages we're talking about, where they're saying where they're coming from, they've always been there. They pulled 400 more of them yesterday,
Starting point is 01:00:57 or last night, or this morning, actually, at 3 a.m. Estabo says there was an explicit message about you about the anticipated upcoming free call. AUSA says objection. Now, the AUSA is tight. The AUSA has already brought up that they believe that Dittie's team is trying to do a trial by ambush.
Starting point is 01:01:27 which means that they're trying to pop up in court with shit that they don't get they had no chance to be prepared for someone said this trial might be better reading it well if we could watch it it would have been crazy watching it would be insane especially if we could look at the faces of a few people the faces of ditty family the faces of alex fine the faces uh the face of ditty himself of course the the six the six the six pack of white milk, you know what I mean, the white women who are all sitting at the prosecution table. The nine lawyers huddled around Diddy. And obviously they would never show this, but the jurors, the jurors are seeing sex tapes, pornographic images. Like, you have to imagine some of these things are going to be super graphic. Do you ever see the pictures that got leaked of Cassie? There are rumors that some of these pictures and videos of. of Cassie that Diddy was taken would be sometimes after a multi-day freak off. Now, I want to give you the image of this.
Starting point is 01:02:47 At the end of the day, it's still flesh and blood and skin, bro. Apparently, her Vajajay would be looking like a gaping hole after multiple and several big dick escorts done ran in there, and they have done, I don't know if they were sticking shit in her, but Diddy would have her spread out and would take pictures off the damage done. it just looks like a gaping hole. For whatever reason he was into that. If you're on the jury and you're seeing this shit, like you look like after the freakoff,
Starting point is 01:03:20 it looked like she about to give birth. Like, whoa. Like, I see London. I see Frank. What the fuck? Chat, the face of the jury looking at something. That's why they got privacy screens up. Because there's some really sick shit you could be experiencing in this case.
Starting point is 01:03:43 Go back to some of the pictures that got leaked. There's one where she's just laying back with her feet wide open. Yeah, I could Google it on the side. But I heard there's much worse pictures because remember there's videos too. There was videos of her being penetrated by dude. And then there's pictures afterwards where you got to imagine, did he unfucked her? Maybe eight, nine times.
Starting point is 01:04:12 Remember it's days long. She's off all type of drugs. Did he would have these guys beat the pussy up into submission, tenderize that bitch. One after the other, she got a UTI. She is in pain. God knows what else other, you know, I think they did do a good job of, you know, having some type of respect for maybe even other health ailments. Because if you think that a UTI is the only thing they caught up in them free coughs,
Starting point is 01:04:44 you're sadly mistaken. Remember, we have a prostitute who claims he contracted the herpes virus. and he claims it was during the free coughs. So you put one and one together. And if you get 11, that's on you. But if you get two, you know what you're talking about. So Cassie was, in her opinion, was forced to perform no matter what was going on. UTI, yeast infection, breakouts, whatever the fuck may have been the situation.
Starting point is 01:05:16 And Diddy would have nigger after nigger after nigger. And at times they said Diddy would say, you know, you know, they said, You can't send a boy to go do a man's job He said, man, get out of that pussy, it's my turn. It's my turn now. It's some skip bail. It's my turn now. He'll go fuck her for a bit.
Starting point is 01:05:32 And then sometimes apparently he'd be on some extra freaking shit. He'd put a camera there and go watch it from the next room. You know what he was probably doing. He wanted to look at the man, not the woman. Come on now. But all of these things supposedly exist. And this is why when we talk about, someone says it's probably better reading it.
Starting point is 01:05:51 Yeah, we get to do. like we get to do sports center shit here. Right? Like when I'm here, I get to do sports center shit. But if we could watch it, especially if we could see the face of those people. We didn't even got to see the sex tapes. If you see Cassie with a fucking football size gaping hole,
Starting point is 01:06:11 after a four-day-long, 24-7 freak off just ended, you might be like, damn, holy. Anyway, the justice we're going to take a recess. I guarantee that recess is because I keep telling you, they're objecting to everything. The AUSA feels like Diddy's lawyers are trying to ambush Cassie and ambush their case. Diddy has nine lawyers access to all the paralegals, and they came prepared.
Starting point is 01:06:53 They came with four hundred new shit today that they got from added on from yesterday. You know what did these lawyers are saying to the AUSA? It's not like we went out and got this independently. You gave us this in discovery. You gave us, remember how voluminous the discovery was, terabytes on terabytes of data, from security footage to not only that, but also gigabytes and gigabytes of just text messages.
Starting point is 01:07:26 So there's a lot of text messages that won't get used. But now what they're going to do is they're going to go back and be like, oh, she did say this on a stand yesterday. Let's go find a message that correlates and it actually goes against what she just said. We're going to ask her about that. So they're going to come in every day. And I think they're, you know, the judges said, hey, listen, could you not show up every morning with like a bunch of new shit?
Starting point is 01:07:50 They're telling the judge, how? How can we not? We're on defense. We're reacting to what was said yesterday. It's not like we're bringing some new shit that is just going to be us making our case. We're reacting to this witness and what they said. Now, granted, they shouldn't do it again for tomorrow. Because tomorrow, whatever you had going into today,
Starting point is 01:08:16 you should have for whatever the rest of the time she's on the stand. If they do it for tomorrow, the judge is going to scold them, I think. So they're taking a break. They're taking a break here, people. They're taking a break. Here we go. Lisa, thank you so much for... ...move before where a defendant who's accused of something violent or heinous
Starting point is 01:08:39 or something that's very, you know, objected to by society, has their family there. And so that's family support. That's important for the defendant. But at the same time, a jury can actually be turned off by that because they're saying, you did all these things. You're listening to this and you have the nerve to have your mother here. You have the nerve to have your kids here listening to what type of monster or... Let me grab some ice.
Starting point is 01:09:00 We'll grab some ice. What type of person are? You know, so that can turn off a jury. The same time, you have family there, it can also soften the way in which a jury looks at a person as they realize he's not just a monster or he's not a monster at all. He's a family man.
Starting point is 01:09:13 He has kids. He has a mother, people who support him. Despite all these allegations, despite these rumors, despite this case, just like this relationship, he raised kids that are here and they look good and they're minding their manners. Maybe he's not the person that he's being painted out
Starting point is 01:09:29 to be by the government and the government's witnesses. Lastly, before, we take a two-minute break here because we've got a lot more to discuss as well. As we started off this interview, we played out some of the remarks that were made from Cassie's lawyer. Why is it that we haven't heard from Diddy's lawyer
Starting point is 01:09:46 speaking outside to the media? Of course, everyone is paying attention to this case all around the world, trying to get any inkling of information as to what's happening inside the courtroom. Of course, we got a little bit from Cassie's lawyers today. What is it stopping? these lawyers from making remarks on the behalf of their client?
Starting point is 01:10:04 Well, I could totally see Ditty's lawyers being hesitant to come out front and give a press conference or give remarks to the media by answering questions on the way to their car. Why? Because they could be posed with some very tough questions, questions that they may not want to have to admit. So what does your client say about the video? Why did he do this? Why did he do that? You know, it may cause more problems than necessary. And it may potentially tip their hand as to their strategy as to how they're going to deal with Cassie and the other government witnesses that are sure to come. So they may just be holding their carts to their vest, which might be a shrewd move given the amount of attention on the case and the highly sensitive nature of the testimony that was given today. Absolutely. And we're just continuing to showcase some of this video footage that we've seen from outside of the courtroom so far this week.
Starting point is 01:10:53 There's Dittie's other son, Quincy. They're entering the sprinter van alongside his, the first mother of his, the first, the mother of his first child, I should say, Lisa Hilton, another high profile individual, all crowding into there to support Diddy. Again, media has been all over this case. No cameras inside of the courtroom. Ultimately, before we step away for a two-minute break and transition to some of those other topics, Adonte, what do you...
Starting point is 01:11:20 All right, again, I just wanted to showcase some of the legal analyst continuing to talk about this case as well, but we are getting some major updates here regarding the cross-examination. And I want to bring this to your attention because this might be joining us here on live now from Fox. What's the biggest takeaway? What do we learn today? Can't hear. Testimony that was given by Cassie Ventura.
Starting point is 01:11:49 I was in the courtroom here on the 26th floor in the building you see right behind me, a federal court here in lower Manhattan. And all the attention was building all day long, hour by hour since early this morning. She's describing the freakoffs, hundreds of freakoffs that she said she had during the course of her relationship with Sean Diddy Combs. They were happening almost weekly, lasting one to four days. They were taking drugs. And she said she developed an opiate addiction because she had to take downers in order to just numb herself afterwards. She was in physical pain.
Starting point is 01:12:21 She had physical ailments like UTIs, but was still forced to, in her words, participate in these freakoffs. And then as her dissatisfaction grew with her. freak-offs and she was seeing very clearly that there was no way she was going to have anything this about yesterday a normal healthy family type relationship with Sean Diddy Combs she started to try to get away from him and to build her own life independently and then Andy she described how he threatened her with exposure of these very very graphic videos that he had made of these freak-offs if she decided to try to leave him or to try to get away from him and then And there were also many beatings, frequent beatings.
Starting point is 01:13:02 They showed in court today the graphic photos of the beatings, you know, the injuries that she sustained from those beatings. And then towards the end of the day, she even said that when she left Combs in 2018, she went to have dinner with him. Afterwards, they went back to her house to kind of finish things off, as she said, in a positive way, a friendly way. She says he allegedly raped her in her living room, in her California. you're home. So people, when one of the jurors went first, it was just one thing after another,
Starting point is 01:13:35 just one devastating emotional blow. And one juror when they first saw those images of these freak-offs, which were not made public, which were not, which are under seal in the court record, so we can't even request them. It was so graphic, she clutched your chest like this, like, like, sighing like that. And then, you know, all of this is happening. Combs on one side, his supporters, his family on one side, her husband, her mother, and other family members for her on the other side. And she broke down when she described this sexual assault and said that this burden of everything she'd been through and all of these, you know, all of the inner conflicts she went through like, I love him, but I can't stay in this relationship. I can't
Starting point is 01:14:18 change it. I can't make it better. I have to get away. That even in 2023 when she was now married to Alex Fine, who was in the courtroom. By the way, you know, that thing's going to be brought up. I think they're going to be, this is just me. I think they're going to try to picture it as Cassie did
Starting point is 01:14:41 coming with love. Over time, she started taking advantage of the situation with Sean. She became more demanding, money hungry. And when she got to, like, because you know, you notice in Cass
Starting point is 01:14:57 Cassie's testimony, we heard about all this stuff, pretty much a life of extravagance. We never hear about Diddy giving her no money, right? I think Diddy gave her some bread. And I think when she left Diddy, she had some bread. Not, you know, sometimes she probably thought the money was going to last. But if I'm Diddy's lawyer and Diddy used to give her money, I'm going to paint her out to be the person that, yo, Shorty was here trying to siphon off money for Diddy. She knew what it was. she was having a good time
Starting point is 01:15:27 they both were having a good time he didn't mind giving her money she manipulated him though when she got enough money she got with the trainer and then years later after the money ran out she came back for more you got to make it seem like
Starting point is 01:15:43 you know and I would show yeah Didi gave her 30 grand here 20 grand here gave her 100 grand here bought her this here you got to show it that because you have to address the idea of why did she leave? Because I think that's a good point for the prosecutor. She finally had enough.
Starting point is 01:16:02 Well, according to Diddy's side, they're going to say, well, why didn't she have enough when she could have left six to seven to if the audio is choppy, please, you got to refresh. Refresh, gang. It's a YouTube thing. Just refresh. Please. If you could have left four to five times and you kept coming back, why didn't 2018, you just didn't come back? Well, you didn't come back. It's not because you were fed up and had enough. It's because you thought you don't save up enough money that you ain't need to he no more.
Starting point is 01:16:38 You thought you saved up enough money. You ain't need any, did he no more? You dipped out on him, and five years later, you broke his joke again. Now you come back. He don't want you no more because you don't have two kids. You don't marry the bozo that he hired to train you for the free costs. He don't want you no more. He want a new young team.
Starting point is 01:16:58 Come here, young Miami. It's your time to get peed on. Come on, come on, come here, girl. Come on, come here, girl. Ropee. Come in, come in, come in. Right? Real-ass bitch, don't give a fuck about some urine. You get what I'm saying?
Starting point is 01:17:11 So Cassie comes back and said, man, I'm sewing. I think that's a way for Diddy's Lords to kind of set this up. You can't have a dude set it up like that. You've got to have Estevo, which is a woman, a white woman. Or her husband. Or it sounds like that's like Spanish or Portuguese. I don't know. We've been very protective and supportive of her.
Starting point is 01:17:34 They had already had two kids by 2023. She said that she turned to him one night. She just felt so burdened by everything that she basically said to him, listen, you can raise these kids on your own. You don't need me. I'm worthless. And then she tried to leave the house to go do self-harm, as she put it. And he stopped her and basically saved her life at that point.
Starting point is 01:17:54 And then the final piece of. of bombshell testimony came when she revealed that she received $20 million to settle that civil suit that started this whole thing in November of 2023, Andy. So a tremendous amount there, and it was just getting more emotional and more intense throughout the day, as you can imagine, Andy. I can only imagine what you were witnessing there inside the courtroom. And, of course, as we noted, you noted that the jury, some of the lawyers, the judge can see some of these images of these freak off the videos.
Starting point is 01:18:26 the photos. You mentioned the Cassie's reaction. Did he also apparently looked at some of these images in a binder? Did you witness that moment? I didn't witness him looking at them. I saw the binder when the prosecution handed the binder to the judge in order to work out this deal because the thing they did not want to have happened is to show these videos, to show these videos and have them get out publicly and embarrass people and cause further trauma because, you know, She is very clearly trying to heal. She went through all kinds of therapy for trauma and for sexual abuse for all of these things. And she, wait, Randy, we've got to readjust here.
Starting point is 01:19:06 We're getting pounded with the rain. But she went through all kinds of therapy after 2018. It's not raining today. It's just misty. Okay. This is, uh, this is Douglas Wigdor. This is Cassie's lawyer. So I think this is from earlier today, him walking in the court.
Starting point is 01:19:22 Here we go. If we see lawyers leaving the courtroom. Oh, that was yesterday. She was leaving. Never one. Let's listen in here on live now from Fox to what's going on there. In the coming weeks, but she's, I'm not going to give a date, but as you can see in court, she's very pregnant.
Starting point is 01:19:38 She's about to give birth, but she's holding up strong. I mean, having to recount what happened during those 10 years and beyond and talking about her contemplation of suicide, really just very, very serious. just very powerful. What do you think really is the part that got? It seems like she really talked about their love. She really started to break down about how he just wasn't giving her what she needed and she really felt that they were in love. I think really just she was dumb from the drugs that she was taking and everything that she had gone through and she realized that she had to tell the truth and she told the truth in November 2023 when she filed her civil complaint
Starting point is 01:20:26 she revealed that she settled that case $20 million. Who is playing? She said that? No, that's the fact. And now she's here in court, tell her truth here. So a great, as I said, I've said before, we have great faith in the system. We're going to let the jury decide, obviously, Mr. Combs is faith, but Today was just a powerful day.
Starting point is 01:20:52 Thank you. Thank you very much. Thank you. All right, you're just listening in there, calling as you were from the ground, you were witnessing inside. All right, cool. So we're still waiting on some, are they back? Give me a second. They took a recess.
Starting point is 01:21:08 They should be back in a second. Look like they still haven't returned yet. I believe this recess was called due to the amount of objections. It's been five or six objections in. like half an hour, but really in consecutive basis since they've started talking about these exhibits, which happened to be text messages that were pulled by Diddy's defense team, and they want to establish this idea. And if we could go back up again, the idea that they're establishing is that, you know, Cassie was very into and willing for all of these ideas
Starting point is 01:21:46 in the relationship. Now, granted, they did make. could note that this was early on. She said it was, we were loving, we were in love. And maybe they're going to use that to be the thing to say, okay, so you're saying that you were not being sex trafficked because you were loving him. But as soon as y'all start cheating on each other and the love starts to subside, now you feel you're being sex trafficked, even though you could have left it any time. Maybe that's the angle they're going with.
Starting point is 01:22:16 But they definitely, they were trying to establish a few things. Let me, let me, let me get to post in, I wanted to post something a little quick. One second. I had no idea about this, by the way. Apparently, there was a, apparently Diddy must have bought her a chain that said pop pop, and she used to wear it. I had no idea. By the way, I think this is when she also has a shaved head.
Starting point is 01:22:50 I think this is when she has a shaved head, y'all. we go I'm posting it to the uh by the page that I posted to this is the page I only post stuff that we should look at on stream it's not really a blog page at all here we go so this is Cassie with the shaved head and if you notice if you notice the chain right here it says pop pop so look like they were taking that that pretty you know, I wonder how our grandfather felt. I don't know if her grandfather passed or anything, but I wonder how he felt.
Starting point is 01:23:35 Clearly the father felt away, maybe. If somebody, if your boyfriend of your daughter calls you up or you're on the phone with him and he says, nigga, fuck you, nigga, I'm her father now. Like, that's crazy. Anyway, we're waiting on some more tweets here. Waiting on some more tweets. They are on break, but it was established,
Starting point is 01:23:56 it appears, or they tried to establish that It said, Ms. Ventura, did you love Mr. Combs? She said, I did. She said, for 11 years, did you take care of him? She said, in some ways, did you call him larger than life? She said, I did. Others called him, Diddy, or Puff. But you called him Sean, right?
Starting point is 01:24:12 She said, yes. Estabwe says, you knew a version of him the world couldn't see. She said, there was an objection. It was overruled. In what ways? Estabwe then says, you kept coming back to him, right? For 11 years? Ventura said, well, I wouldn't say coming back.
Starting point is 01:24:26 Stabwe says, you believe he loved you, too. right? She said, I did believe he loved me too. Stavo said, so when he cheated on you, did it hurt? She said, not every time. Stavva then says, bring up this defense exhibit. By the way, they objected to it because it wasn't in evidence. The judge said, that's true. It's not in evidence. And then they did the runaround or loop around. They said, all right, cool, we're just going to show it to her. Just read it to yourself. Why did you send this message? There was an objection there because they could have objected, because usually you would ask the person, do you recognize these messages, did you send them first?
Starting point is 01:25:00 But they kind of assumed it in the question. Ventura answered anyway. She said to let him know I was going to dinner. Stava then says, what was going on when these messages were sent? Ventura says, I don't know. Stavu then says, what was going on in your relationship then? Ventura says it was early. We were loving. Stavis says, I offer it.
Starting point is 01:25:17 AUSA objects. It says it's being offered for the truth. This was overruled. It was ruled in Diti's favor. Stavis then says, hey, listen, I think it's a stave. Esteval? I'm fucking up her name. I'm just going to call Estavo.
Starting point is 01:25:30 You just know who I'm talking about. Ventura said, I wrote, I love you, smiley face. I fly anywhere for you. I love you. Cass. Okay? Estabas says, this is a 2009 email, right?
Starting point is 01:25:47 The AUSA says, objection. It says, Ms. Estabal, could you ask more questions, please? Or I guess, asks a different way or whatever. Estabas says from Blackberry what is BG It says baby girl It says well what did you write
Starting point is 01:26:03 You hungry pop pop up So it's kind of showing that these These were like really loving terms And it was a loving environment And says Estabov says And Mr. Combs wrote to you We are so in love we don't do anything else How long has you I been seeing each other
Starting point is 01:26:17 She said like two and a half years Stavva then says please read this This is 1364 Ventura says I haven't talked to you at all You don't even try you rush me off the phone and I'm really hurt, I don't need your money. I need some attention. Gustavo says, you want to spend special time with Mr. Combs.
Starting point is 01:26:32 Now, I think this is going to be important right here. It seems that two and a half years into the relationship, the relationship was starting to also change. She was desperate to, you know, not only you're going to hear her talk about wanting to have kids with him, she was desperate to try to get more of his time. So I think this might lead into the freakoffs and say, hey, listen, didn't you out of your own?
Starting point is 01:26:55 own sound mind and you wanting to do something extra because remember she also admitted on the stand right so this is why i think they're piggybacking off of that she admitted on the stand on direct she said i did the freakoffs with him because i i felt i had to i felt if i didn't do it he would do it with another girl what they're also driving home here is that she was so desperate for attention she probably would have done things that she may later say she didn't want to do But did she do it because he forced her to do it? No. She did it because she wanted more access to him.
Starting point is 01:27:34 She wanted to have some one-on-one time with him. By the way, it was, she also testified on direct that she would get to have one-on-one time with him at times after the freak-offs. So it looked like that was her. It's very clear that Diddy wasn't hanging out with her, just hanging with her. Like, when he was hanging with her, he was fucking. Like it was Even if you see videos of them This was before the fucking or after the fucking
Starting point is 01:27:59 Right It looks like she wanted more of his time And one way to get more of his time She knows he's a freaky ass nigga She's like I'll get down with whatever the freak shit you're doing That we could spend more time Because you got to imagine he's probably saying Sandra yo I gotta go
Starting point is 01:28:15 Like I'm about to go do something else She kind of knows like Oh he's about to go fuck another bitch I'm not gonna be around I want to be around him So she's the defense is trying to say She put herself in that position Or basically volunteer for these things
Starting point is 01:28:31 Because she sought his attention He never forced her I think that's a good defense I enforce you if put it like this I don't know I'm making them something crazy I know I don't the only thing I do is drink Say a chick likes me
Starting point is 01:28:49 Right She really likes me she wants to spend time with me I'm a coke addict. I keep having to go A, B, and C to go to these coke sniffing parties. She don't do coke. She realizes she can't spend time with me because I'm always going to chase this high
Starting point is 01:29:09 and I'm a coke addict. She decides because she wants to be with me so much. Now take me with you. Like, now, I want to try it. Take me with you. I'm like, all right. I take it with me. We both go do coat.
Starting point is 01:29:23 It becomes a thing. She realizes now she could tag along every time I go do coke. She becomes a cokehead. Did I make her a coquette? Do you get what I'm saying? Did I make her a coquette? That's going to be an interesting point of concern. I would imagine for the jurors to determine.
Starting point is 01:29:44 Okay, what is this? What is this? They're back. Mr. Stavo says you may proceed. That's what the judge says. Stavo says, Ms. Ventura, this is from Combs to you. You respond with the explicit message. Right? She says yes.
Starting point is 01:29:58 This is two days after the planning of a freak off, right? She says yes. Hmm. Okay. So they are back. This is 10.48 a.m. We're going to see where this goes. Somebody said, you think that's a good defense?
Starting point is 01:30:36 Well, I think that's what they're carving out. I think they're going to carve out many different defenses, but that seems to be one that's kind of now becoming a little bit clearer. Hey, you put yourself in these positions. He never forced you. Yes, ditties a freaky-ass nigger. You wanted him so bad. You wanted to engage in these freaky-ass behavior
Starting point is 01:31:00 because you wanted to be with him. You wanted more time from him. Again, this is going to be very important. It looked like he was either preoccupied by doing the freakoffs without her. Right? Look what it says. Look what it says. I haven't talked to you at all. You don't even try. You rush me off the phone. I'm really heard. I don't need your money. I need some attention.
Starting point is 01:31:28 She was desperately clinging on. This is two and a half years into it. She's desperately clinging on to, I want you. I want to be around you. Well, if you're going to be around Diddy, that means you're going to be in the freakoffs. because that's what Diddy was trying to do. He was trying to get his rocks off. Did he's up hundreds of millions of dollars, and all he wanted to do is nut or feel other men semen on his nipples.
Starting point is 01:31:54 Then it says, you testified, you told him, I love you so much, you make me a better woman. She says, I definitely wrote those messages. Stavowell then says, you wrote, I can't wait until we have a baby of our own. You knew we had six kids, right? She did. They're kind of painting that picture like,
Starting point is 01:32:09 you knew, man, you knew what it is, man. let's see we got some more. So after she sends him an explicit message, it says extremely explicit. So we don't know what it is. By the way, the objection by the prosecutor was for that message not to get described. So maybe they showed it with the privacy screen to the jury
Starting point is 01:32:34 and maybe, you know, whatever, but it's not being described in the gallery or described even on the record, even though I think if, is going to be a picture that's in evidence. By the way, the judge has agreed, all pornographic images that are in evidence are going to be under seal.
Starting point is 01:32:54 They're going to be put under seal. So the only way for you to see them at this time is going to be in court, but they've kind of even barred the people that are not the jurors to see them. I think there's some conversations about certain videos, though, that they want to be played to at least the press. And not necessarily the press,
Starting point is 01:33:18 but they feel everybody should be able to see, not just the jurors and AUSAs and defense. Okay. So Estavo says, how did you reply? No, Estabo says, he said, I want to see. How did you reply? So I guess she says some freaky shit to him. He says, I want to see.
Starting point is 01:33:37 So they're asking, so she initiates some freaky shit. shit. He says, I want to see. He said, how did you reply? Ventura says, I can't wait either. Estavo says, you wrote, I feel like I want to fuck, right? She says, that's what it says. Now, I'm going to be honest with you. That response there, and we've heard her say this twice now. Keep in mind her responses when when it says something about love
Starting point is 01:34:12 she says I definitely wrote those messages. They start saying things about so you say you were down for the freakoff weekend weekday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday you were down for it anytime. She doesn't say, yeah, I definitely sent that. You know what she says? That's what it says.
Starting point is 01:34:30 I think the jury is going to take note of that. this is going against what she has testified yesterday. So even in her demeanor or her words describing or, you know, affirming that she said these things, that's what it says. Then they get to hear. You said, I feel I want to fuck, right? That's what it says.
Starting point is 01:35:03 Mr. Combs says, I'm so horny, I can't concentrate. What do you say? that I'll go to Duane Reed for candles, then set up the room. Okay. This is important, chat. This is important. You know what this is saying.
Starting point is 01:35:25 You know what this is saying, chat. This is saying that when Diddy express to her that he was horny, she would take initiative to go and set up the freakoff room. I'm going to go to Duane Reed for candles. I'm going to set the room up. Damn, this shit sounds like some Dexter shit. You ever watch Dexter? I've been binge watching Dexter over and over again recently.
Starting point is 01:36:11 You know, he had a kill room. He would set up the kill room. You got to set up the free cough room. Candles, butt plug, astroglyde, baby oil. I wonder if they had like a little scoop for the semen. That when, you know what I mean, Did he needed to moisturize his nipples with it type shit? Estabo says, did you understand that he was going to take another video of you?
Starting point is 01:36:35 and USA says objection speculation says Stavo could you move on please Stavo says um did you ever ask I'm like you ask any pills on you so look like she's asking for drugs now keep in mind this is going to be seen both ways chat it's going to be seen in the way of
Starting point is 01:36:55 Cassandra Ventura she testified already I needed the drugs to numb myself but it also could be looked at on a defense perspective of. So you're the one who solicited drugs from Diddy. Diddy didn't force you to take drugs. Because the understanding is that she was so drugged up,
Starting point is 01:37:18 she didn't, even her lawyer said it. Didn't we just hear her lawyer said it? That she was so drugged up. Let's go back to what her lawyer said, chat. Wigder, he says she was so drugged up that she couldn't realize. do nothing. But now Dittie's lawyers is proven.
Starting point is 01:37:38 You requested the drugs. Did he ain't give you the drugs? You ask for them. In the coming weeks but she's I'm not going to give a date but that's Cassie's lawyers. You could see in court she's very pregnant.
Starting point is 01:37:53 She's about to give birth but she's holding up strong. I mean having to recount what happened during those 10 years and beyond and talking about her contemplation of suicide, really just very powerful. What do you think really is the part that got?
Starting point is 01:38:15 It seems like she really talked about their love. She really started to break down about how he just wasn't giving her what she needed and she really felt that. But they were in love. I think really just she was numb from the drugs that she was taking. She was numb from the drugs she was taken. that's their disposition. She felt stuck.
Starting point is 01:38:39 She was addicted. She was numb from the drugs she was taken. But now Dittie's lawyers are proven, you're asking him to go get the drugs. You got any pills on you? You're asking him for drugs. Now again, I'm pretty sure on redirect, the prosecutors are going to flip it to say,
Starting point is 01:38:58 didn't you need the drugs? And who first introduced you to the drugs? Remember, she kind of testified about it before saying, oh, well, Sean had me tried. It don't seem like she was doing all of those drugs before. She probably did some drugs. Here we go. Estabio says,
Starting point is 01:39:22 what pills were you taking then? She says opiates. Estabio says, you deleted videos on your device, right? She says yes. Estabio says, well, what would you write? Cassie says, that I need to feel this.
Starting point is 01:39:39 This is my husband, the only one who will see the side of me. Now I've got to see what the context of this is. I want to see the context of this. We got to wait for the next tweet before I could. If she wrote this in regards to Diddy, you know, she was referring to Diddy. You know, sometimes you've been with a girl
Starting point is 01:40:07 and you calling her your baby moms, Y'all got no kids. She calling you her BD. Y'all got no kids. You know what I'm saying? Maybe she was calling Diddy her husband, they're married. If this message is about him, did he, not her current husband, Alex, fine. You know what this means?
Starting point is 01:40:25 It directly counteracts what she said yesterday about saying she took the drugs not to feel shit. She's saying, I need to feel this. this is my husband the only one who will see the side of me. So I don't know if that's what they're trying to say. It looked like it would counteract what she said directly because she says she took drugs not to feel, look like she may have told Diddy she wants to feel shit. And apparently some of these drugs, like for example,
Starting point is 01:41:01 ones of euphoric nature like I believe MDMA or Mali or whatever they call it, that allows you to feel a lot of things even more. I hear that she even testified that with Molly, like, you could feel everything much more. So if she was trying to numb herself, why the hell would she be asking for the drugs to feel more? You know you're fucked up, right? Delores is coming. They're coming for her right now. Is Molly an opiate or ecstasy?
Starting point is 01:41:35 What does opiose do? What is opiate, bro? Morphine, cody, da, da, da, nah. Well, it makes you feel euphoria. those are opiates but let me ask you a question though wouldn't opiates right wouldn't opiates opiates works in a numb in nature right it wouldn't make you feel more so if molly molly aren't molly or ecstasy aren't opiates right so opiates are like percissets and shit like that right they're supposed to be a sedative effect so i mean if she was taking opiates it would be
Starting point is 01:42:46 because she was trying to numb pain. But this message here says she wants to feel shit. Okay, let's wait for the next tweet to figure this out. Hmm. Estabos says, weren't you afraid that Mr. Combs was only seeing you for sex in this way? This was a concern. You were not in public in your relationship with him, right?
Starting point is 01:43:09 She says correct. Stavo says, were freakoffs important? She says, integral. Yo, Cassie's going to cry when they basically paint the picture to her that she, like, for years, she was fool thinking she was going to be his next wife and also be his baby mama when all she was was a sneaky link. Trust me, that will tear a woman's soul apart. Yo, you ever call a chick a side? I love trolling girls like this.
Starting point is 01:43:43 They'd be telling me about they do. They'd be like, yeah, I don't know. I'm like, yo, I hate to break it to you. You that nigga, satchie. You ever tell a girl that? Oh, my God. No, I ain't any side chick? I ain't no side chick.
Starting point is 01:43:54 You remember what I called Britney running a side chick? Oh, my, your girl can't handle me called a side chick. Even if they are. You're a side chick. Trust me. Trust. Anytime. Listen, I'm the worst type, but this is why, you know, first of all, I don't try to have no girls that's just my friends.
Starting point is 01:44:11 I'm trying to fuck. So let's not try to be friends like that. Anyway, you come over here and tell me about your man, this and third, you got all type of problem. I'm going to troll the shit out of you. You're a side chick. When you tell a girl that her soul explodes. What? What?
Starting point is 01:44:23 No, I ain't no side chick. I ain't no side chick. I was the only girl. He'd be with me all day. All day. He'd had no time to be fucking all the bitch. He texted me all day. He talked to me all day.
Starting point is 01:44:30 No, you're his side chick. Guarantee, he had another bitch. He got another girl. I'm sorry. The prosecutors are eloquently explaining to Cassie. You is never the main. You are a sneaky link. Yeah, he might be territorial over you.
Starting point is 01:44:51 But you're not his man. you a sneaky link the most he not he wasn't public with you the most important shit in y'all situation was freakoffs and he's having other niggas fuck you you a little sneaky link man i mean side chicks do be winning but women all have that main character syndrome like no woman wants to admit their side chick to another woman being the main chick it makes them feel lesser than but a lot of times the majority of women are side chicks you know what I mean Ain't nothing wrong with a side chick. Most great relationships have amazing side chicks.
Starting point is 01:45:42 A healthy relationship sometimes, when you get too tired or shorthy, the side chick gonna make you, you won't have a nice smile on your face, even though she cussing you out because you know that side chick will make sure everything is good. She cussing on, you ain't shit.
Starting point is 01:45:57 Fuck you bitch-ass, thing. That's why I ain't fucking you tonight at the center. You're like, you like, it's all good. I'm getting some pussy in the morning. You just don't know. Shout to all the sidechicks, man. So February 15th is an important day, man. I like that day more than February 14th, man.
Starting point is 01:46:15 I love side chick day, bro. It's my day. That's my day, bro. Get activated. That's my day. I really think I got fucked up views on marriage and relationships. I think no successful marriage lasts without a good side check. That's what I think.
Starting point is 01:46:32 You need a good side chick. One who shuts the fuck up, knows her role, never disrespects the main, knows how to be discreet, and also make sure whatever problems you have in with your, chick she alleviates and leaves it there also they don't call after nine trust oh man my chat queens don't like that they're like act what the fuck are you
Starting point is 01:46:56 talking about estalo says who was at your 21st birthday party in Las Vegas Ventura says Britney Spears Dallas Austin Stavov says how did you get them there well they came for Sean Stavis says you're you're very beautiful and charming Ventura says thank you are they flirting what in the
Starting point is 01:47:15 what in the scissor in heaven is going on and I understand you're very beautiful and charming what the fuck you're estavo you better watch your watch a place Alex fine and Dini might be looking at you like bitch what you're doing up there the lawyer is giving out compliments yeah you bad as fuck what hmm
Starting point is 01:47:39 somebody says she is well I did tell y'all that yesterday I said her I do think she's beautiful I do think that she probably comes across as charming and that's what I was saying about how the jury is going to perceive this. Like, the jury might perceive this as this beautiful, charming woman would have never
Starting point is 01:48:03 wanted to do some of these things on her own. Somebody had to force her to do it. Somebody had to coerce her to do it. There is going to be biased like that. If you see the chick come through with a neck tattoo, a tattoo right here, if it was Christian Rock in that courtroom, you'd probably be like, the way how she talks, she got a missing tooth. You see her fucking tonsil like, she looked like She got hot breath. Like, you're probably like, nah, nigger. I don't believe this shit.
Starting point is 01:48:29 You wanted to do that shit. That's what I'm saying. It does help that Cassie comes across as these positive things. Trini said I need a wife who could cook something and stop eating body pollutants. Trini, what could you cook? Your name is Trinney, so I don't know if you're from Trinidad. I do need the Trinidad. Hey, who could you cook, man?
Starting point is 01:48:54 Let me know. Let's see. Let's keep it going. Yeah, why did this come out, though? you're very beautiful and charming chat i'm going to lie to you i'm telling you beauty does affect people when i heard about with all the respect
Starting point is 01:49:23 again i'm not trying to throw this person in the bus because she had hit me recently she said act why are you doing this to me i got kids and i'm like because i brought up her host stories when i heard dreya was a hole i was like nah drear too bad to be no way and that's why when she said i deleted my wholeness i would never under normal circumstances
Starting point is 01:49:42 agree that wholeness could be deleted. But for Dreya, I've seen Dreya in person drop dead gorgeous. I deleted her shit too. She deleted it and I cleared the recycle bin. It was gone. Yes, I'm sorry. I got to be honest. Yes, beauty does make people look at you like,
Starting point is 01:49:59 it's beauty is a sign of pureness. Femininity, being charming. That makes people like, no, this person could never do those things, whether it's crimes or whatever. It's true. It does affect how people look at you. It's the reason why people go to court, no matter the biggest gangses in the world,
Starting point is 01:50:25 and they want to look very docile because the appearance is very important. Play the Cassie Official Girl music video. I don't know if I could play the sounds from it. Let's see, Cassie Official Girl. Let's see. Okay, you got to give me a timestamp, girl. or a dude whoever's sent that.
Starting point is 01:51:03 Am I supposed to see something? Oh, this is that Bugatti that Wayne had. Whatever happened to the Bugatti's? What am I looking for here? Let me look in the comments. Somebody said, did he never want her to have a career? Okay, let's try to get the next tweet. Estabo says, who's Tommy Motolo?
Starting point is 01:51:35 Ventura says a well-known producer. Stavis says, were you an up-and-coming star? She says, I guess you can say that. estobo says after you sign with bad boys were things still platonic she says yes estabo says did you have a rough performance she says 106 in park it didn't go that well for me let's see cassie 106 and part performance let's look at it oh this was a performance right was it right okay this was it right okay and then cassie come on my you know my niz I see you
Starting point is 01:52:16 I think this thing of Diddy man Dancing like a motherfucker Diddler bro I forgot that Diddy was one of the only Mogals like dancing He was always like moving and grooving Like you know he had some moves still They proceed
Starting point is 01:52:42 They claim that He was unhappy with this performance But I don't know I don't know where he said it Maybe, let me see, maybe, let me see. No, it's supposed to be 106 in Park. Maybe it was this. Right.
Starting point is 01:53:18 Where y'all going tonight? I don't know yet. See? I had to ask, guys. Just describe how the last couple of years have been for you. It's just been fun. It's a good time, and I went last summer about a year ago. I went and shot Step Up 2, which was great.
Starting point is 01:53:34 Came out this year and been working on my album, a sophomore album. That shit never seen the light of day, nigga. She did 500 more freakoffs and never seen that album. Yeah, she was just working on. She called that shit busy work. All right. Cool. All right.
Starting point is 01:53:51 106 in part didn't go well for me. How did he help you after that? We did a YouTube video. He said, everybody made mistakes. So what was wrong? I couldn't hear myself. What YouTube video is that? Is it this?
Starting point is 01:54:12 Ladies and gentlemen, If nobody you don't got no real friends If you do a performance like this and they don't whisper to you Bitch you don't got a damn talent He only having you around for free cause this was the this was Grand opening grand closing I think Diddy at this point You know Diddy's hard on Nick look how that nigga was on making a band
Starting point is 01:54:51 If she was still around you know it was only for sexual purposes So long I'm here to answer yo Ladies and gentlemen And together for the princess of next selection make some noise Cassie come on Didy Cassie? Everyone makes mistakes
Starting point is 01:55:19 106 Park Can we find that video Let's try to find that YouTube video She claims they upload a video to YouTube Explain the performance Probably you're going to find it would have to be 10 years or more huh Wow there's so much fucking coverage of this shit Did a YouTube video he said everyone makes
Starting point is 01:56:00 mistakes. What was wrong? I couldn't hear myself. Estavo says you were dating Mr. Leslie. We just saw Ryan Leslie, by the way. How much older than you was he? Ten years. Then you traveled to Miami with Mr. Combs. The flyer of the event was just a cover. But you went to spend time with Mr. Combs, right? That's true. Now, if you don't know the story, chat, did he finessed this woman away from Ryan Leslie by making up a fake event in Miami that required her to go with him. But Ryan Leslie wasn't either allowed to come or he couldn't come. Did he went to Miami spend time with her and then fuck the dog shit out of her.
Starting point is 01:56:47 And then she dipped on Ryan Leslie. Estabo says you had a tattoo of Mr. Leslie's initials on your body, right? Ventura says yes. He says, how many tattoos did you have then? AUSA says relevance Just says overrubal, let's keep it moving She said three Stabo says the one on your arm
Starting point is 01:57:06 And the answer was No regrets Hmm I didn't know she had Ryan Leslie's name Tatted We could Was a Diddy fake event
Starting point is 01:57:17 Cassie Miami I don't if you ever heard the story Oh man everybody's covering this Leslie It's actually in Tiffany Red Rolling Stones article I think. Can I read the whole thing? Oh, I don't want to subscribe. There's actually a story about how Diddy got her. How Diddy stole Cassie Ryan Leslie? Sorry. Hey, you know where it's Diddy is to this club and he meets this girl named Cassie? As soon as it's here, he goes, yeah, my boy Ryan. Cassie will have more opportunities. Did he go, go, Ryan in the studio, he got a pickup. He says that Ryan will not be all to himself. I'm not. I ain't gonna lie.
Starting point is 01:58:43 Dee, he definitely a cold one, bro. Didi's a cold nigga. Artemis said the love triangle between you, Did he and Cassie ruined your momentum? Do you think that? Did it ruin my momentum? Well, I mean, in terms of what? Just music.
Starting point is 01:59:01 It's in music. Yeah, the music industry. I think it actually was great for my momentum. I mean, some of the best songs that I ever wrote had to do with that breakup, you know? So whether it's, you know, people's favorite songs like Out of the Blue or,
Starting point is 01:59:14 of the records that are on that second album or even Diamond Girl, a lot of those songs, I mean, really the story behind Diamond Girl was, we were working on Cassie's second album in L.A., and because of whatever was going on personally in her life, she didn't show up at the studio that day. I had that beat ready to go. She didn't show up at the studio, I recorded Diamond Girl. So I think that from a music standpoint, the greatest music is always born out of whatever you're going through. Mary J. Blige, Tony Braxton. We're the guy behind her success, him getting in the middle of that and being with her, you know, kind of distance y'all. Once again, I say, look, your life is the aggregate of the choices you make.
Starting point is 01:59:56 And so, listen, I think that the fans sometimes being sort of just an audience, they're spectators, and they have an idea of how they're going to be able to happen. Welcome to Chicago. You have now entered the dusty section. when a story or a narrative is not for me. And once it was no longer for me, then there were other narratives and stories for me to invest my time, energy, and resources into. So from even me being in Harvard, that's actually how I meant.
Starting point is 02:00:35 Yeah, she also, she wrote that, she wrote in the lawsuit that that's what happened, though. She did. Anyway, let's keep it going. I didn't know she had a tattoo of Ryan Leslie on her body, though. Estabos says, Mr. Combs taught you how to do oral sex. See, by the way, this is why you need a female defense attorney. A dude asking this would probably come off creepy.
Starting point is 02:01:03 She's pregnant. Her husband's in a room. She's already uncomfortable talking about some of these things. You've got to have a woman asked this, right? So they're saying Mr. Combs taught you how to give head, right? She says he did. He says, look at this. Tell me when you're ready.
Starting point is 02:01:16 Could you read it? Ventura says, you can read it. It's making me laugh. It's from 2007. Estabo says, you wrote, I feel protected. You are sweet. There's another thing, but like, yo, you wrote, I see Carrie is a better fit in for you. I'm hurt.
Starting point is 02:01:39 You think I'm malicious. You're very important to me. X. Cass. Ventura laugh. Estabo says, what were you trying to convey? And she says it was like a journal entry. Hmm.
Starting point is 02:01:56 I'm going to be honest with you. What they're laying out here, and they're doing it very slow and very meticulous, but it's probably effective. And remember, you know, one thing with jurors is that whatever we hear last is going to be stuck in our minds, or not in our minds, because I'm not on a jury, but for jurors, they've ran studies. They've admitted that what they hear last gets stuck in our minds. So for a long trial, you don't want to just front load it with the important stuff.
Starting point is 02:02:22 backload it because you want this is why they have opening and closing statements right so when now we're here and we heard this idea where cassie was kind of almost admitting or saying like yeah he he groomed me like he he groomed me for freakoffs now granted i hate the word groom just because it's a grown ass woman but still they're they're kind of like deconstructing that they're like whoa whoa you wanted to do these things like it it it feels like you wanted to do these things like it it it wanted to do these things to be with be with him rather than he was trying to make you do everything else um i'm gonna have a sidebar real quick uh real quick sidebar because we are waiting for some more tweets but i see my man um bradford cohen this is one of my um good friends and somebody who i do like
Starting point is 02:03:11 uh to give breakdown he gave a quick update just now on tory lanes i wanted to hear what he thought about the new the new um the the the new update about Tory Lane's and Kelsey and the driver of Kelsey saying that Kelsey confessed. Let's talk tory Lane's. He was stabbed several times, I think 14 times around his head, neck, abdomen. This shows a real lack of security on the behalf of the prison, not to mention the lack of supervision. Amazing stuff that goes on in these prisons and a lot of people don't actually pay attention to what goes on in the prisons because they feel. figure out they're prisoners. So whatever goes on, goes on. When it's a high-profile individual
Starting point is 02:03:57 like this, this is the prison's worst nightmare because everyone will start examining the prison, especially in California, where Gavin Newsom does little to nothing about the prison system, although he talks a good game, nothing ever happens. His legal team, Tori's legal team, is going to be filing some motions with the court to try to commune his sentence. And I think they are also pleading to Gavin Newsom, which will fall on death ears, to, to, community sentence, release him early because of this incident. I don't think they'll have a good shot at that, but they may have a good shot at a new trial. I know there's some new evidence that came out.
Starting point is 02:04:31 That's going to be really interesting. So we'll see how the new evidence affects whether or not Tory Lane's gets a new trial. Okay. So the reason why like maybe it's a bias of mine, number one, he's a really good attorney. A lot of times when I get my opinion, his opinion usually is close by. So he agrees. The Gavin Newsome angle of a partner. is really is really it's not going to happen bro it's not going to happen and that's what the press
Starting point is 02:04:57 conference was for uh there is two appeals in one of the appeals is for rid of habeas corpus which they haven't included this new information um but there's another appeal that is for a new trial and hopefully this new evidence could could spur a new trial i still think it's not that great of a shot but it increases the current i have it at 30 percent of on both both the writ and the appeal for a new trial, maybe this will help the appeal for the new trial get to like a 40, 45%. Again, if he gets granted a new trial,
Starting point is 02:05:33 I don't think he'll get prosecuted again. So I think he'll be free. But will he get a new trial? Again, I don't know if this evidence is so damning. Granted, somebody claimed they heard a confession. But unless you have a recording of it, it's hearsay. and while it might be strong hearsay, it's still hearsay, right? All right.
Starting point is 02:05:56 I just only went there to hear what he had to say about Tori. So we're going to get back to the Cassie conversation, and here we are. Estabwe says, you discuss Kerry Morgan. Do you think Combs is attracted to her? Now, okay, so remember Carrie Morgan is another woman, Carrie Morgan and Cassie in 2004. So that was supposedly Cassie's friend. It was this woman looked like she was a blonde woman.
Starting point is 02:06:20 that they were friends with. She was friends with. This is them together here, right? Now, this makes sense when we go back to the last tweet, when it says, look at this, time when you're ready, can you read it? She said, you can read it's making me laugh. It says, you're what I feel, protected, you're sweet.
Starting point is 02:06:38 And then you said, you wrote that, I see that Kerry is better fitting for you. I'm hurt, you think I'm malicious, you're very important to me. She claims it was a journal entry. But I think what the prosecutors are saying is that possibly Cassie wanted Diddy so bad and I'm making a leap here.
Starting point is 02:06:58 Maybe she offered up her best friend for maybe a threesome or a freakoff to try to get Didy to fuck with her more. Women will do that. Like not necessarily a friend, but oh, they're doing a threesome to get you to love them more, right? So she's messaging him saying, I think Carrie,
Starting point is 02:07:17 like maybe she's joking or trolling or maybe something happened or they were around each other. Maybe not even the sexual sense. And she probably seen Diddy flirting with her. And it was like, and she's kind of like, yo, I think maybe Kerry's a good, better fit for you. Right? And it's like, I'm hurt.
Starting point is 02:07:31 You think I'm malicious. Maybe it was a conversation they were having and Diddy keeps laughing. You know, women, one thing I've learned as a man in my 30 years on Earth, and I'm 30 today, chat. Not today, well, two days, but I'm 30. One thing I've learned, one thing I've learned is that when your girl, bring her girlfriends around, don't be too friendly. Same with women. Women, like, when we bring around our niggas, wait, hold on, that niggie ain't that funny.
Starting point is 02:07:59 Why are you laughing that joke so much? Keep it light. So maybe Diddy was engaging with Kerry a little bit too much. That's her friend. And she kind of writes to Diddy, yo, Carrie might be a better fit for you, right? And maybe they were talking about something, and she was like, I'm hurt, you think I'm malicious, you're very important to me, right? they're asking her what was you trying to convey and she says it's kind of like a journal entry
Starting point is 02:08:23 then it continues by say you discuss Kerry Morgan do you think Combs is attracted to her she says and she's affirming what I just pretty much assumed there was a point in the very beginning Estabo says did that complication carry on in your relationship
Starting point is 02:08:37 Ventura says no not really Kerry was just always with us hmm interesting interesting yeah this is Kerry this is Cassie. Okay, a little blonde girl. By the way, thank you for whoever this is
Starting point is 02:09:00 putting a picture rather than me having to go find it. Okay. Then Estavo says, I'd like to start asking about freakoffs. Sometimes you wore a wig and a mask, right? She said yes. Estabo says the general public did not know. AUSA Johnson says, objection.
Starting point is 02:09:22 The judge says rephrased. He says, no one knew until 2023 in the public. She says yes. Let's see where they're going with this. Things are heating up, chat. I'm so sorry. I'm going to have to go like in an hour or so. Oh, my God. Nah, today is the day. Today is the day, chat.
Starting point is 02:10:05 So I want to say, Ak is doing a loose cannon. Yo, why I keep saying I'm almost 40? Stop it, man. When I turn 40, I'm going to bang 40 hard. Okay? But, uh, no, we're banging 30 right now. Oh, man. All right.
Starting point is 02:10:20 We're just waiting for another. Did Cassie ever talk about Kerry Morgan? Cassie Kerry Morgan. There we go. Oh, here we go. I had done multiple interviews. As I should. As I should.
Starting point is 02:10:39 Hitting you with the force and the power that you have. He didn't hit her back like, and granted. You know what I'm saying? When I was a younger guy, 17, 18 and got hit, yeah, you might hit back. Watching that video, they broke up in 28. So if you look at the situation of this girl leaving and what happened to her, yeah.
Starting point is 02:11:02 He deserved whatever comes to him. By the way, you know what I was shocked about? And I just seen it in the, you know, recommended after I'm watching this video. Apparently, like, they never, they never got into Diddy, number one, having so much. If you're going to try to say sex trafficking and you want to prove that she's helpless and she couldn't do anything and Diddy had all the control. I mean, they didn't really all the way accentuate the idea that she goes to the hospital. She gets treated for injury.
Starting point is 02:11:30 They don't even give her the medical report. They give Diddy first. That's how much power and control he had. Diddy had her get breast implants. Day after she gets breast implants, Diddy literally says, take him out before she even heals because he didn't like how they looked. The decision was solely his. not hers. I'm surprised that the, the, um, that the, that the prosecutor didn't get into that.
Starting point is 02:11:58 Like, that shows power, right? Like, if you're trying to say someone has this fully autonomous power over someone else, if you're like, get under the knife to get breast implants to make me, me like you more, she gets the breast implants, you come and you see and say, nah, take him out now. And it's not even her decision. That would be very important. They didn't touch on that during the direct. Kind of shocked for that. And this was, 2016. They broke up in 2018. Right. That's his first thing. It's been times where people got beat up in front of the studio and he's going to get that footage from the studio building. He got a studio in there, but he
Starting point is 02:12:34 doesn't own the building. Yeah. So in order to get that footage, you got to have connections with the owner of the building. Anything that happens that's wrong. You're going to reach out there and try to get that footage. So when they said that he got the footage, I believe in the lawsuit, she said, but what he didn't know was that, like, okay, you could at least let me know you was going to use my name or something like that. So she has a friend named Kerry Morgan. There we go. And I reached out to Kerry like, you tell Cassie to get at me. And even Kerry hit me back and said, Barnes, I haven't spoken to Cassie since 2018.
Starting point is 02:13:11 And I said, you haven't spoken to Cassie since 2018. She said, no, not ever since Diddy went upside. my head with a hanger and gave me a concussion. And I said, Diddy did what? She said, yeah, in 2018, he threw a wooden hanger at me and Cassie didn't have my back. And I haven't spoken to her since then. So when you read, when I read the, uh, hmm, interesting. Okay. So that's the story of Kerry Morgan. Her friendship with Cassie ended ever since she was ever since there was a hangar thrown
Starting point is 02:13:51 at um at uh ever since there was a hanger thrown at Cassie not Cassie at Carrie Morgan and it hit her and I guess she's like
Starting point is 02:14:01 yo what the fuck and Cassie didn't check Diddy like yo what are you doing that's my best friend like why are you trying to hurt her now granted you could probably say
Starting point is 02:14:12 Cassie was scared of Diddy herself interested it. All right. We're still waiting for the next tweet. We probably got about like 30 minutes before they break for lunch. I really think this is the tip of the iceberg. I don't believe we're going to get into even half of the complete cross today. I think this is all laying the foundation, laying the foundation. And I think this entire day going to be laying the foundation. We're going to hear some shit. But it's laying the foundation. I think tomorrow, tomorrow they're going to come, and I hate to use the word, but they're going to come in cream pie, okay?
Starting point is 02:14:57 I hate to use that term, but you can tell this is very slow, very slow, but they're making it all be known. Now, I'm wondering why would they bring up Kerry Morgan here? I'm wondering why. Well, it appears that they would, though, because they said, I guess they were, you know what they're trying to do? They're also downplaying that Diddy. They're downplaying it like, you.
Starting point is 02:15:22 Yeah, they were in a relationship, but Did he really, the relationship was sex? Did he liked her friend in the beginning? I don't know. Like, I'm wondering why the Kerry Morgan thing is. I don't know if they're trying to downplay it to make her look lesser important, or maybe she thought it was something it wasn't. I don't know. Hmm.
Starting point is 02:15:46 Okay. Stabo then says, fair to say his career was ruined after your lawsuit. And I guess her told him about Diddy. She said I could understand that. Stabo says, let's read these messages. Mr. Combs wrote, when are you on your period? She says, no, now. Estabo says, what should you be thinking about when you're horny?
Starting point is 02:16:08 Hmm. Now, this is going to, maybe they're trying to recount this idea that she testified on direct about her being forced to do freakoffs while on her menstrual cycle. Remember, she said there was no exception where she, she would be absent to the freak off for shit. Whether it's a UTI, a menstrual cycle, or anything else, or even like sometimes feeling under the weather. They, she had to perform at the freakoffs no matter what state she was in. Very interesting, chat. Very interested.
Starting point is 02:17:00 She was a saucy little spice bucket. What are you talking about? Yeah, they're flirting via messages. Did he and her flirting via messages, chat? Estabwe says Ms. Ventura. If you don't want to read the answers, I can. read them. So it looked like, this is important. It looks like Cassie's slowing up on reading certain things because they want to do almost a role play. I'm reading for Diddy, you read for Cassie.
Starting point is 02:17:22 You read for you. She's Cassie, right? I read for Sean. You read for yourself. We're reading old messages. By the way, Cassie did this with no problem when the AUSA did it with her. Remember? She did it with no problem. Now when Diddy's lawyers is trying to do the same with her, she's having a problem. She says, Ventura says, thank you. So I guess she's saying they could read them. It says, Okay. He says the O has a lot of O's after, a lot of O's after them, right? She says, yes. He said, after a freakoff, you'd make love with Mr. Combs, right? She says yes. So apparently after the freak off, she would have this one-on-one sexual experience with Diddy,
Starting point is 02:17:59 and maybe that was what she was talking about spending time with him. I wonder how she felt making love to a nigga that you rub semen on his nipples. The nigger has semen crust on his fucking nipples. whatever. Love is a powerful thing, man. It makes you ignore a lot of bullshit, bro. Hmm. That's about Kerry Morgan.
Starting point is 02:18:43 By the way, this is this other thing. It was basically inside a club. Yes. Describe that whole situation. 2009, she shaves the side of her head. You were there when it happened. Yes. Describe that whole situation.
Starting point is 02:18:59 It was basically inside a club, and it was, uh, a lady standing up over and I kept seeing Puff looking up, looking up and I'm saying to myself, what is he looking at? What is he looking at? And then I think he had somebody one of his assistants say something to the lady
Starting point is 02:19:17 and then he told Cassie, yo, you're going to get that haircut right there. You're going to get that. And Cassie was just like, okay, okay, pop-pop. You know what I'm saying? She used to call Puff Pop-pop. This shit's got an accurate, chat. this shit's kind of accurate, huh? And she said, okay, and next thing you know, the next day.
Starting point is 02:19:38 That's that, okay, pop, pop, pop, shaved head, pop pop tape. If I'm not mistaken, his personal barber Curtis was the one that cut her hair for that first time. Okay, and she wasn't against it. It wasn't forced or anything else like that, right? I don't know what happened in private, if she was rebuking it or not,
Starting point is 02:20:11 but I know that next day she got that haircut. Well, I remember during that time, it became a trend. You'd go to the mall and see black girls, white girls, all with the side of their head shaved. And, yeah, she became a trend center. It became such a big thing that nobody ever looked at it as controlling. We looked at it as a brilliant marketing move. Yeah.
Starting point is 02:20:35 Okay. Well, that same year, Cassie got breast implants. Yes. And originally, she got deep. D-cups. Right. Which with a girl that small, I mean, I've met Cassie before. Right.
Starting point is 02:20:50 I didn't know her, but I ran into her. I've had brief conversations with her. She's a relatively small girl. D-cups on a girl that size is a little bit silly. Right. But ultimately she did decide to get the D-cups. When she got home, Puffy was upset. Right.
Starting point is 02:21:07 And she had to go back and get C-cups. Okay. I remember that specifically because she had to wait. things where she couldn't pick up stuff. So I used to have to help out the car and pick up her bags and things like that because she was wrapped up. Okay. But when he told her
Starting point is 02:21:27 go back and get them redone, was she upset? I didn't know. I didn't know if not. Because my job was just, she just went back. I didn't have that conversation of whether she was upset. How long after the first breast job did she go back and get the second? If I want it, don't hold me to it.
Starting point is 02:21:46 It was so long overlaid, but I would say a couple of weeks. A couple of weeks later. Yeah. Okay. A niggins said pop-pop in five. Mr. Turner, think of the five. It says, now, I love my wife. We ain't doing no shit like that.
Starting point is 02:21:58 That's two people with similar kinks. Okay. Why, Kenny, thank you for the two. Said, act, my birthday to 17, man. Throw a party. I'm throwing a party today. We're not really a party. Just a lot of party.
Starting point is 02:22:10 Rainbow says, happy birthday, big act. I love you. Oh, I love you, girl. Britt Hart says, Yo, happy birthday. Am I officially unc? He says I'm unc. Okay.
Starting point is 02:22:19 Ron J77 says, I can posting the link to the video of Diddy Chastising Cassie in the chat here. Let me see. Can I look at this donation? Let me look at the replies. How do I look at the comments on the donation?
Starting point is 02:22:46 Tree Tree. Thank you for the new membership. Opious numb the pain. Molly's a stimulant makes you feel more. Three digliss. What up, bro? She needs to feel the feeling of not feeling. Okay.
Starting point is 02:23:01 So, man, these motherfuckers was fucking 24-7, man. Louisiana Slick says, Hey, a happy act day. Act on a day, homie, car? And so they said, so yes, Jules was in the, for freak-offs, too? No, no, no. There's a, Daniel Phillips. His porn name or his escort name was Jules.
Starting point is 02:23:20 he was the guy who was a very regular freak off dick donator. Okay? Shout to you guys. Mokonia, he says, I love you, act. Game story, thank you five. He says he had to sign a deal, married her. All his staff jobs is always in the line. They didn't do what he said.
Starting point is 02:23:37 So the power dynamic itself is bad. That's what the prosecutor is trying to prove. Tommy Vicente, thank you for the 10 Canadian. She says it could start by playing the game that it could turn illegal. When you don't let her leave the freak off and beat her, extort her if she tries to leave you by release. and videos. Yeah, like, if they definitely have proof of, like, say, text messages where he says, I'm leaking this.
Starting point is 02:23:58 If you leave, that might show that there was some threats of violence or some blackmail happening. D. Bacon says, happy birthday. I just turned 30. Oh, happy birthday to you. Are you a tourist? Thando, thank you for becoming a member. Reno, what's up with you, girl?
Starting point is 02:24:18 Kendrick's intern. I feel like we have a bunch of more chat queens. I kid you now. I love you girls. Uh, Kendrick intern says, happy Crip Day, Ack. Somebody says, happy P. Day Act. Don't get dittled. Force calibration says,
Starting point is 02:24:32 Ack, you should be a real professional interpreter. Thank you all. All right. By the way, Coco internet says, Ack, have you seen Jonathan's Odie's new jail? Oh my God, he did do an interview? He was supposed to do one with me. Now I'm tight.
Starting point is 02:24:48 He did a new one? Jonathan O.D. interview yeah he had people reaching out trying to do one new is there a new one where's a new one send me a link if you see the new one but i think he was trying to do one with a blog or something man he 17 thank you for the five you didn't have a message with that and um why okay okay we read the rest i'll go over to the academy page and read those in a little bit but let's get back to some of the updates okay here we go So this is confirmation that after the freakoffs, she would make love to Combs,
Starting point is 02:25:43 and maybe that was her reasoning to do it because she wanted that one-on-one time with him, right? Combs then says, you're a period. Mr. Combs is asking when you're on it, right? She says, yep, he's asking in the context when to meet up and have sex. She says, looks like it. Estabo says, sometimes you would watch him with a female. She says two or three times. So she's down playing that, acting like, you know, because we keep hearing about the freakoffs where he is watching her getting fucked.
Starting point is 02:26:14 We don't hear about freakoffs and the government has never mentioned a freakoff where she watches him with another female. Actually, we've never even known until now there were freakoffs with other females. Now, this is going to contextualize the freakoff and contextualize what Cassie was into. Did he, I still think he's gay because if you haven't seen him and rubbed on you, you're gay. But he was a voyeur, like he was into voyeurism. It appears that she was either into it or tolerated it because she was into it as well. She wanted to watch him fuck or let's not say wanted to. She did.
Starting point is 02:26:49 She watched him fuck other females, okay? So she said two to three times. So she's down playing it. Remember she said she did freak off hundreds of times, which we have to now assume most of my men. Estabwe said, did you ever talk with Mr. Combs about the Swinger lifestyle? Ventura says, that no one talks about it. I guess that was her conversation
Starting point is 02:27:07 that nobody talks about being a swinger. Estabos says, were you keeping freak off secret from your friends? She said yes. Estabwe says, his assistants help him? She says with everything. Estabble then says, you would remember if an assistant came in
Starting point is 02:27:20 during one of the sessions with the Nesquor, right? She says, not necessarily. I was high. Estabo says, so you don't remember much then. So you don't, right? She said, I have my privacy invaded a lot during that relationship. Hmm.
Starting point is 02:27:34 Okay. okay all right this lawyer is getting cassie a little bit defensive and a little bit she's she's admitting a few things she's admitting a few things what what i believe her current line of questions is proven is that we all know the didler is a freaky frog a freaky a nigger but it appears that cassie was equally probably as freaky as well And at least initially, her being freaky or her indulged in some of the freaky behavior was not only either her idea, but she was loving it initially, loving it, even though she would have these conversations about, I can't wait till we have kids. Okay. Rondo 23, thank you for the two, says, happy birthday, Akman, Watson since 2014 when I was 16.
Starting point is 02:28:34 I appreciate you, my boy. Amka, says, happy birthday. Ack been to Chad Queen since 2017. Damn girl, thank you for watching all these years. Lucas, thank you for the five. Says, happy birthday. I've been watching over 10 years.
Starting point is 02:28:45 I appreciate you, brother. Yo, chat, this is how long we've been going? You know, me, people have been watching for over 10 years. Thank you guys so much. Honestly, that definitely warms my heart. It shows, number one, you know, hopefully I'm doing a good job of providing you with the entertainment and information that you need to get through your day or however else.
Starting point is 02:29:04 but also this shows your loyalty. You guys have been rocking me for 10 years. You know, you're not a fly-by-night supporter. You guys could have went on to other stuff. You guys still come here, check in, still fuck with me. You've seen me grow, and you've seen probably the best of me, the worst of me. I appreciate you guys so much, right? Yo, Jess is over here.
Starting point is 02:29:23 Age checking a nigga. Yo, act, man. You know, Jess. Yo, Jess. How are you going to let everybody else lie about the age, but not me? Why can't I say I'm 30? Everybody else lying? I don't even want to give up to some of y'all favorite celebrity secret.
Starting point is 02:29:40 How old y'all think so is? I want to snitch. And I'm joking, bro, I don't give a fuck. Like, bro, like, if y'all been watching me 10 years, I'm like, I'm growing with y'all. Like, who gives a fuck? You know what I mean? I'm not a rapper. I think it matters more for rappers.
Starting point is 02:30:01 Sick. SIG hot? He says, act, I left the Discord and I drive trucks, so I'm bored now from 6-8. to 6 p.m. So keep, so keep me laughing. Thank you, brother. He also says, yo, Diddy is cooking this hole. Astro boy says, at man, you 33, man. Stop playing, bro.
Starting point is 02:30:18 Maurice says, yo, it's lit. See you tonight. Oh, damn. I can't wait to see you, Maurice. Make sure you shout out that you're Maurice from the chat. Big Papa Zos says, act. Let's be honest. Whether Didi, the diddler is found not guilty or not his career is still done, the abuse moments that had her fear for her life. I'm going to be honest with you.
Starting point is 02:30:34 I don't believe he's done if he gets found not guilty. I think if he gets found not guilty I think this is going to be a severe turn on this entire Me Too movement This is the worst and the biggest trumped-up Accusations we've ever seen There was a hundred plus accusations And if Diddy beats this on a federal trial
Starting point is 02:30:51 On a federal trial Even if he gets Even if he loses some of these civil cases I think that this is going to be Yo these bitches be lying We're going to see a strict narrative From all rappers They're going to say
Starting point is 02:31:05 These Yeah Diddy free Now, I don't think people are going to be friends with Diddy like that. I don't think he's going to have that power like he used to have anymore. But I think what people are going to say is going to be a huge turn. And I think even now when women come out, like even the DDG shit, people are like, oh, my God, here it goes again. Like, we're getting fatigued with the, it's accusation after accusation. And it's one black successful guy getting accused to another and another and another.
Starting point is 02:31:35 if did he beats this, I think the narrative is going to go to the opposite end, where it's going to be like, man, these business is lying, bro. These businesses be lying, bro. And I think it's going to hurt actual victims, but it's going to
Starting point is 02:31:49 put such a such a bad taste, no pun intended, in the mouths of people who just off of the abuse footage, right? Like, yes, he's beat her ass. We thought he was sexual. trafficking.
Starting point is 02:32:07 And she described that it was sex trafficking. If he beats it, I think people are going to think differently, right? Somebody says, yo, Ak, was Drake talking about Cassie and lasers? I got to go back and listen again, all right? Ack says, I mean, PT Bullet Boy gaming says, Act, don't forget to tell Drill to wear a name tag tonight. The chat niggas want to see him about something. Wait, what y'all want to see Drill about?
Starting point is 02:32:32 Jordan M. Thank you for the five Canadian. He says, blessed earth strong, unc, you don't even look 40. Yo, y'all want me to go into Unc Air so bad. Y'all want to say I'm 40 now? I think I'm the, listen, I'm the only top, top media personality, I think under 30. Let me keep that for a bit. When I get to the 40s, they'll be 50.
Starting point is 02:32:54 So I'll take that. I'll be the only one in the 40s. So let me do that. Let me just keep that for a bit. It's all good, though. We all age, you know, I plan to do this until I'm 70. So when I'm going on a rant at 70 and, and, you know, Y'all like your unc, your dentures fell out.
Starting point is 02:33:10 Not even, your gramps. Your gramps, your dentures fell out. And hopefully I could have my Bronny James could be like, yo, I, unk just fell asleep. He off that prune juice. Okay, you know, he can't handle the alcohol no more. And my son just chop it up on some YAN shit over here. That's how I want to give it up.
Starting point is 02:33:26 I'm enjoying life. So I'm not, for the people who think that I'm scared of age, and no, I'm not. Like, I'm very happy I've been here with you guys for decades down. So, yeah, just make sure when I'm 70 and I'm giving it up just like this, right? Y'all just make sure I'd be like, yo, yo, your gramps, you drooling.
Starting point is 02:33:45 The drool is falling on your shirt, just wiping, okay? You know what I mean? And if I ever, I don't know if it's age, I don't take them little drugs or whatever. I only drink alcohol. But if y'all ever see that white froth by my mouth, don't clown. Y'all got to be like, yo, gramps, you like 64 now.
Starting point is 02:34:01 You got a little froth. Just clean that out real quick. Before you tell us the next point, it's distracting us. Just tell me that, chat. But I do plan to do this. I'm not like, I always told Adam. Adam was like, yeah, I remember interviewing Adam. He was like, yeah, I'm planning for retirement.
Starting point is 02:34:16 I'm like, I'm never retiring. What the fucking thing is talking about? Nick, I'm going to do this until my last day. I love doing this. This is therapeutic. Y'all my only friends. This is why I'm celebrating my birthday with you out today. All right, cool.
Starting point is 02:34:33 West Side Woo says, Act, I think the next key witness will be the white boy that got arrested for the drug meal. So good assumption. We don't know if he's going to be a witness. Here's the thing, though I don't think it's going to be him. I think they're going to bring Jane Doe in now. I think once you start with the witnesses, you might want to keep with the witnesses. So Cassie's a main witness.
Starting point is 02:34:55 Jane Doe is one, two. Even though maybe they'll space them out. But, you know, if we're getting the tears and we're getting these testimonies of how horrible it was, maybe there's strategies to bunch it together that it could seem like, damn, one victim after another. the drug mule guy could come in later that's like half a day you don't need him to say much
Starting point is 02:35:15 and then yeah yeah I don't know I could be right or you can be right let's see though the freak off froth Establon says this is from July 2012 you say to Mr. Combs I'm horny and bored
Starting point is 02:35:30 this was after a freakoff right she says there's a lot of texts here said to be 25 pages AUSA Johnson says I would ask that the witness be allowed to read the entire document. Judge says how many pages? Estabo says, hey, USA says we don't have a copy for the witness. Estabo says, we'll show it on the screen, but not in the public gallery.
Starting point is 02:35:55 Okay. Hmm. I see somebody on here. There's a few people who are, like, commented live. They're like her saying she don't remember much, but yesterday she was dropping a lot of information about the freak off. That doesn't look good. Yeah, I think we're realizing Cassie is backpelling a little bit.
Starting point is 02:36:13 She's a little bit on her heels. She's saying she doesn't remember certain things. Obviously, what I personally believe, I don't think she's doing this purposely. I think she was prepped by the AUSAs for what they were going to ask. So she seemed confident. She seemed aware. She seemed to know what she should say or answers. She probably went over.
Starting point is 02:36:32 She rehearsed with her husband and probably the prosecutors. Like that's a rehearsed thing. There's no like, okay, we're not going to show you the questions. We'll see you in court. No, you're the lead witness for the prosecution. You're one of the reasons they brought the case. They probably went over it with you. Like, again, and they asked you pretty much the same shit they've asked you before when you got prepped.
Starting point is 02:36:54 So she was more confident yesterday. Now she doesn't know what to expect. They probably prepped her for today. But remember, they're bringing shit that wasn't entered into evidence, right? So that's why she's kind of looking a little shaky. So maybe something she really don't remember, but also she doesn't really know how to answer to certain stuff. right okay all right somebody says dd won this i am mo hey by the way shout to my boy ddg i think ddg should take this right now at this moment ddg should look at what's happening with this case
Starting point is 02:37:38 and sees all communication with uh with um what's her name hally bailey and you know obviously that relationship done but trust me you never want hally bailey a upon a stand saying, saying shit like this. You feel me? She's going to say all type of bullshit. Obviously, hopefully not. And obviously, probably not no sex trafficking shit. But, you know, that Amber Hurd versus Johnny Debt thing was a really good blueprint of when you listen to the testimony of a woman, especially on direct.
Starting point is 02:38:11 Right. It's when the tears come out, when she starts talking about her trauma and what she's been through, even men, we sympathize. Like, if a man sees another man crying, so whatever. A man sees a woman crying, you're inclined to try to help. So it does affect people. But even if we go back to the Johnny Heard versus Amber, the Johnny Depp versus Amber Heard trial, it was the cross-examination that really dropped 45 on her.
Starting point is 02:38:42 You know what I mean? So Diddy's lawyers are trying to do the same on cross-examination. And again, Cassie is, you know, remember I told you, they're trying to break her down, But they're not trying to be aggressive with it. They're trying to break her down in a very subtle way. Noble's own. Thank you, my boy.
Starting point is 02:38:58 Thank you for the 10s to act. I can't make her show tonight. But I got a ticket. Next time I have a IRL stream for those who can't make the show, but purchase a ticket. Love you and break your leg out there. Hey, by the way, if you bought a ticket and you're not going, try to offer the ticket to someone in the chat then that they could go.
Starting point is 02:39:15 Rather than have an empty seat. I appreciate you buying a ticket, by the way. That's true love and support. That's true love and support right there. Okay. Spencer said, I told you she wasn't talented at all. All right. Interesting, man. Interesting. We are getting to it. We're getting to it.
Starting point is 02:39:48 So it looked like she's reading eight pages of like either messages or something of the sort that's in this exhibit. It looks like that it's a lot of text. So she's reading eight pages of text messages, all right? Let me see. Did we find the new interview? I don't think you found it. Not necessarily included Britney Spears in Dallas Austin. She says they came for Sean Combs.
Starting point is 02:40:22 The defense calls her beautiful. The defense calls her beautiful. Let's see. We're just looking at other sources here to see what's going on. I like to see people coming in and of court, out of court. That was him arriving for a day two. Let's see about today Diddy family arrive in day
Starting point is 02:40:51 Today's day four actually right Yeah day four Here we're Stay down Stay down I go soon today Justin I see you learned a little bit Justin trying to make sure his mom gets helped out the car
Starting point is 02:41:17 Or actually no No this is this is this is Diddy's mom's grandmother Good morning, I'm missing. Good morning. Okay, let me see what else. How is she's doing this? She's doing well. She had a restful night.
Starting point is 02:41:55 She's ready. Cross-examination and we're very confident that she's going to do perfectly. Thank you. All right, thank you. How is she's doing? She's doing well. She's got an arrestful night. She's ready.
Starting point is 02:42:15 I'm released today after an effort made by my attorneys. I'm extremely thankful to my attorneys. to my attorneys, Center for Constitutional Rights, ACLU, and my other turn. All right. So Cassie is still reading stuff. Sit to find some more. All right. All right.
Starting point is 02:43:02 Hopefully they're done, but eight pages might take a while. Okay. Do we have more messages? They're going to break shortly for lunch. So they ask that the witness read the entire thing. They usually break around 12 o'clock. So it appears that by the time she's done reading it, they might call for lunch or they might ask her a few questions before they call for lunch.
Starting point is 02:43:41 Loramagie says, Ack, YouTube and kick chats are dead. Rumble chat is the king. Oh, shit, your Rumble chat be beefing with everybody. Let me open a Rumble chat see what's cracking over there, man. Nah, Rumble giving it up. Rumble, giving it up. Brittany Bitt says, I'm horny and bored.
Starting point is 02:44:05 She says, L.O.L. And ever gets old. Born Hustler, I see you over there. So, I feel everyone involved was freaky as fuck. I just don't understand. She's acting like she got R-worded after the first freak off. You should have left. Shout to you, born hustler.
Starting point is 02:44:23 Kwan Bell, I see you. Pro skills says Akion Sawfish. Whoa, Anonymous Star. Come on, y'all making R Block look crazy. He said, we love anal over here. Almighty B says, what up, Ack? Baby Dog says, facts. What's really good?
Starting point is 02:44:38 Gabe says, enjoyed tonight. Gino says, put us on the screen. Well, I got to make sure y'all are moderated pretty good because I put you on the screen and y'all start spamming the N-word. I think, well, we're not on Twitch right now. So Twitch would ban for, for, that was the reason they banned Aiden before. They said he allowed like an unmoderated chat.
Starting point is 02:44:55 C2 superb. He said, have a good show. Thank you. Black astrology. Thank you. It says, yep. All right, cool. I'm going to show some love to kick as well.
Starting point is 02:45:07 But yeah, it looked like we're kind of waiting for this to kind of come down. Yeah, she's reading all the text messages and look like the defense and the prosecutors are reading the messages or they're allowing it on the screen, but it's a privacy screen. I'm wondering how that's done in court. I want to. That's a question I want to ask. How are they doing the privacy screen? Privacy screen for court.
Starting point is 02:45:45 No, that's courtroom. Let me just say courtroom. I'm wondering how to hell, like, they prevent people from the gallery to see the shit. I know the AUSA was like, they were making sure it was installed, right? But I don't know what this means. Are they, like, raising something in front of the people?
Starting point is 02:46:17 I don't know. Or maybe they're moving some big-ass thing and I don't know. Interesting. Interesting. Day three, Diddy Update, Cassie on the stand. She just finished her direct examination. Even though Cassie and Kid Cuddy are not together anymore.
Starting point is 02:46:42 And Kid Cuddy was like, well, what about my vehicle? Because at this point... Yo, why has Kid Cuddy not said nothing, man? Kid Cuddy asking, yo, yo, but what about my vehicle? What vehicle, niggle? Oh, he posted the story. Check out my first third performance. Niggin, we ain't trying to see no performance.
Starting point is 02:47:04 We try to see if you got your vehicle back, nigga. Kid Cuddy, we don't want to see a performance now. We want to see, you should have Instagram a new vehicle. Hey, happy Mother's Day to all those awesome moms out there, man. I got a specific list. Yeah, you know what's so crazy about this whole thing, chat? They said Kid Cuddy and Diddy were beefing over Cassie.
Starting point is 02:47:31 Two niggies we think are gay are beefing over a woman. They're not even beefing over dick. Now, supposedly Kid Cuddy ain't gay. Or is he a guy? I don't know. I don't know. Of moms, that I want to shout out right now.
Starting point is 02:47:48 First, number one. Myrins, they call him? Oh, shit. Let me be trying. Myrins they call him? I'm calling off my other number. Hi, Willie. I got to call him from the number I got.
Starting point is 02:48:17 It must have went to, um, okay, okay, we got some more tweets. Um, Estabov says, you said Mr. Combs often put you down, but he also sent you encouragement and calls you a queen, right? She said, yes, there's a sidebar. Estevo says, what would trigger Mr. Combe to incessantly call you?
Starting point is 02:48:40 And that means phone calls, right? And they said anger and doubt where I was. Estevo says if he suspected you of cheating, he'd call you incessantly. She said that was one of the reasons. Because he thought, and then there was an objection. that was sustained. All right. Okay.
Starting point is 02:49:06 Kid Cuddy looks up to Dennis Rodman. Was Dennis Rodman gay? Somebody said, Myron is trying to, Maron's trying to set up the Joe button fade. Yo, oh, oh, he posted that in the Rumble chat. Yo, Myron, could you take your phone of Do Not Distur?
Starting point is 02:49:27 Because I'm calling from a different number right now. And you don't got this number saved. I think it's going through. Y'all trolling me. Oh, it's from the first. Fresh and Fit account. Maybe that's fresh wanting me to call them. It's right. Hi.
Starting point is 02:49:57 Okay, okay, okay, okay. Talk about Chris Brown. Yeah, I did see the quick news chat. Interestingly enough, yo, anybody who talk good about Torrey Lays go to jail or something happened. I don't know what's going on, bro. Nigger, the day after Chris Brown said, free Tory, yo, they said Chris Brown's been taken into custody in a Manchester, England, a hotel early Thursday morning on suspicious of grievous bodily harm, according to law enforcement. This arrest stems from an incident two years ago
Starting point is 02:50:30 where Chris is being accused of allegedly smashing a tequila bottle over music producers at a nightclub. Chris is in trouble with the law again. The Army singer was arrested in the United Kingdom over a bottle thrown incident in a nightclub two years ago. He was taken into custody. And, yeah, I told you why. They reported that he was busted hours after he was flown into town
Starting point is 02:50:49 on a private jet landing at Manchester Airport, where we're told that the arrest stems from a violent incident that took place at the taped nightclub in the Mayfair section of London on February 19, 2023. He allegedly clashed with music producer Abe Dior, and is accused of attacking him with a bottle. At the time, Dior told the son that Chris smashed him over the head with a bottle, then punched him and kicked him.
Starting point is 02:51:11 Ryan J. Densrid, who's an attorney for Dio, in 2003 lawsuit against Brown, tells TMZ, we can confirm that Chris was involved in an incident with our client and the injured, sustained or serious, we're pursuing all legal remedies to hold them accountable. At this time, we will let the facts speak for themselves through the proper legal channels. Ain't that snitching? Or the guy probably not a gangster, right?
Starting point is 02:51:34 Damn. I ain't going to lie, man. This might be the wrong time to be caught overseas on some shit, bro. This might be the wrong time. A lot of countries ain't feeling Trump. They ain't feeling the energy coming out of the U.S. They might just try to hold him on some Britney Griner shit. Now, granted, it's seeber easy.
Starting point is 02:51:51 It ain't Britney Griner. I think and also is big Trump, not Sleepy Joe. So I do think he going to get bail or the U.S. government going to go get our Breezy. Breezy's a living legend, and we're not going to let him get locked up in no fucking UK hellhole while he's our legend. We ain't going to let it happen, man. That's why, listen, no matter what would Trump, Trump going to get that thing. They probably go, he probably going to tell him, listen, I'm going to give you out one week to hold of me. I'll figure it out.
Starting point is 02:52:19 If not, I'm coming to get that nigga. All right? So we know Breezy ain't going to stay locked up too long. But damn, he hasn't been back to the L.A. Not L.A. I mean, England in two years. They only have a tour starting soon. Chris Brown tour.
Starting point is 02:52:34 He flew in there in a private jet. Let's see the tour dates. Tour. Oh, he don't start until June 8th. Hmm. I wonder why he's there then. Yeah, he has a big world tour coming. Oh.
Starting point is 02:53:01 Hmm. Okay. Let's get these last couple tweets off. He said, do you believe Mr. Combs has good taste? Ventura says, I think he does. Estabo says, do you think he had an impact on fashion? I guess everybody gets her hair style. She says, people like his style, Sean John.
Starting point is 02:53:25 Did you ever consult with him on your look? Ventura says, sometimes I got advice. I didn't ask for. You know they're trying to wind that up into, did he give you some fashion advice that you may have solicited and then you took but you took it willingly someone said if bres you don't get let out of jail man
Starting point is 02:53:51 Trump body hit them with 500% tariffs yeah so you could see they're kind of leading to a few things here and I think this is going to have to do with her hairstyle because I think the government is trying to or already did have her testify by him controlling her look was part of the manipulation and the control that he had over her.
Starting point is 02:54:19 But they're trying to make it seem as, yo, Didi was a fashion icon. He may have suggested it. So they're not denying that Dian didn't suggest that haircut, but they're just saying you wanted to do it. Gino Molo, thank you on Rumble. He says, yo, act, man, they're young and dumb. All men give their women fashion advice.
Starting point is 02:54:42 Okay. What up with y'all over Kickman? I'm watching y'all. Lord Nigggy says a buck 50 in England is brazy. I'm going to be honest with you. Given the woman that Diddy went for, I was very surprised he went for Young Miami. Young Miami seems loud.
Starting point is 02:55:02 Maybe she's like very submissive once she's in a relationship, but she's like so loud, she says everything that comes to her brain. Like the thing with Cassie is that Cassie seemed like she was holding a lot of things in. Like she was I guess the biggest difference I see with Young Miami and Cassie is Young Miami is one of the women
Starting point is 02:55:21 that have no shame Like zero shame Like she's online talking about her getting peed on Right Cassie doesn't come across As the person who would want that information known Even though they both were getting peed on Like there's a group of women who
Starting point is 02:55:37 Shame weren't installed in them Like we got like the You need to get the DLC pack for them to get shame They got no shame And that's like Young Miami, but here's the thing, without Diddy Moons, and if you want some type of discreetness, you need a woman that probably needs to operate in shame, right? Because I do think that shame allowed Ventura if she really wanted to speak up, but she probably didn't want to speak up out of having to admit some of the shit she did. Let's see. So now you're talking about fashion advice.
Starting point is 02:56:21 Then we hear. Okay. It says he still ran his. companies while having all these freakoffs, right? She said he did. What was he addicted to? She laughed. Success.
Starting point is 02:56:34 Yo, I ain't going to lie, man. I feel like she missed that niggas type shit, though. Like, ain't nothing funny about this. Well, I know she's been crying too, so, but what do you think about her demeanor when she, like, laughs about things like that? And it almost feel like endearing be like, what do you think was addicted to? Success. I'm thinking about it like that, but it might not come across like that.
Starting point is 02:56:56 courtroom. Estabotos says what substances? Opioits? She says yes. He told me and I saw it. Okay. So she's admitting and by the way this is going into their theory, both of them were drunk. So if both of them high out of their mind, remember the prosecutor wanted to make it a point that the beaten that happened at the freakoff at the Intercontinent Hotel in March 2016 that that Diddy was sober. It was in the morning 11 a.m. and Diddy was a sober man. So they wanted to make it clear that Diddy was in the same mind, he's just an evil niggum, right? They describe in certain times where even either the prostitute or other people say, his eyes were black, right?
Starting point is 02:57:42 Basically, say, like filled with rage or something of the sword. Trying to describe him as evil, but describe him as being sober and within his right mind is just an evil guy. Diddy's team is trying to make up for that by saying, well, wasn't he drunk all the time? Wasn't he high out of his mind? And look like Cassie's at least a minute that he was addicted to drunk. drugs. And she's a man, he told me and I saw it. So let's see. Big cap, no cap. On kick. He says, yo, act, she was still sleeping with niggas when Dini wasn't around. Yeah, that's true too.
Starting point is 02:58:21 Hold it down. Thank you for the five. It says, act, I purchased two floor tickets. Are we going to be seated? Yes, yes, yes, there are seats. Like, this thing, stand in the room shit. Yeah, you guys will have seats. Absolutely. It's a podcast. Like, nobody watches the podcast standing up. It's like podcast comedy. Might throw some other shit in there. Blip on kick says, yo, so what if he's addicted? Well, if his addiction goes
Starting point is 02:58:56 into a state of mind. Remember, they're saying that Diddy had a organization that he was running that he was controlling her. And they're saying in most of these freak-off situations, everybody was high, including Diddy. So they're basically almost saying like, if Diddy drunk, you drunk,
Starting point is 02:59:15 Diddy hi, you high. how will be saying one guy who is also under the influence is still sane enough or could still be in his right mind to do all these manipulation things to you and sex traffic you, right? YKGPT says, man, Cassidy should be a damn code d, man. All right, I think they're going to break here, chat. I do believe that they're about a break. Okay, they said, you said, okay, we read that already.
Starting point is 02:59:51 All right, cool, we read that, read that. All right. Now we're here. It says, did Mr. Colm's mood depend on whether he was withdrawn from opiates? She says he was more irritable, I would say. So she is kind of copping to some of what their argument is that, hey, Diddy was a drug addict that maybe some of the temper and the mood swings. They were arguing he had mood swings.
Starting point is 03:00:17 And it was because he was coming off of these drugs. he was getting high. So they were saying it was the drugs that was causing some of these outbursts, not necessarily an evil person. Now, remember, that's not necessarily an excuse, right? Oh, I was high, so I shot him. However, remember, did he try to go forward with this idea of, his idea was, what he called again?
Starting point is 03:00:42 It's not insanity, but he said I wasn't in my right mind, which means that, you know, it helps explain some of the things he's not charged with. Like, for example, he's not charged with violence. that maybe the jurors could understand his violent outbursts a little bit more by understanding that he was an addict, he was coming up, it was getting high and coming off of drugs, and that's when these things would happen.
Starting point is 03:01:03 He's not charged with violence, right? He's not charged with domestic violence, I should say. He's charged with sex trafficking. So they're doing a job of saying, all right, so when he used to beat you and shit like that, was he like sane or was he just like he was usually high or drunk or whatever the cases? and she's admitting that, you know, his moods definitely swung whether he was coming off the drugs or not.
Starting point is 03:01:24 And he says, what other drugs was he addicted to? AUSA says objection. He says no foundation. The judge says, I'll ask if I want the grounds. Okay. So it looked like they overrule it. Okay? All right.
Starting point is 03:01:44 We are trying to see. So I want to ask, are you going to record the event? I think we'll have some type of recording for the event. It's going to be interesting to see what happens here. By the way, they kind of started a little bit later because of some issues that were arguing. So that's why I think they're doing a late lunch. They're probably going to break either now or they're going to break. If they don't break now, they're probably going to break in 20 minutes.
Starting point is 03:02:26 Of the course of their decade-long relationship, she said Combs explained it as part of a swinger's lifestyle. As the defense team and Cassie Reed allowed steamy text messages that the hip-hop mogul and R&D star wrote each other back in July of 2012, Combs appeared relaxed at the defense table, sitting back in his chair with his hands folded before him and his legs crossed. Cassie said, I definitely didn't want anyone to know about this. After going through a pile of Cassie's years-old emails and text messages, defense questioning pivoted to the highly orchestrated encounters in which Cassie says Combs watched as she engaged in sex acts with male sex workers. Early on, Cassie testified that she disguised herself with wigs and masquerade masks because while Combs was a recognizable star, she was an up-and-coming RV singer and neither of them wanted people find out. The encounter itself was pretty crazy, Cassie told Jurz. I really followed his lead on that because I had never done it before.
Starting point is 03:03:35 Also, in today's cross-examination, Cassie grew increasingly frustrated with Combs' messages do show. Yet more messages writing court show that Cassie was growing frustrated with the state of her relationship with Combs. They weren't yet public with their courtship. In December of 2009 email, Cassie told the hip-hop star that she needed something more from him than a sexual partnership. Responding to a sexually explicit email from Combs, Cassie wrote, I like that. I want it and I want to give you the same. I just think that I have to trust you beyond it just being sexual. Do you know what I mean?
Starting point is 03:04:14 The message continued. In order for me to be more open with the things we do in bed, I need to feel safe, like home, like this is my husband, and this is the only man that will ever have this aggressive sexual side of me. Combs' lawyers are seeking to portray Cassie as a willing participant in Combs' freak-off lifestyle. And again, earlier the defense has Cassie reading her sexually explicit messages for the jury. The sexual events, Combs, stage, dominated much of the testimony from Tuesday and Wednesday. Now that the defense is asking about the subject and displaying text messages to the jury,
Starting point is 03:04:58 in an apparent effort to show Cassie's enthusiasm for them. The defense is reading Combs as part of the email and text exchanges. All right. We're trying to see. We cite what she wrote to him at the time. When do you want to freak off, L.O.L. Combs asked in August of 2009. I'm always ready to freak off.
Starting point is 03:05:18 replied. Two days later, Cassie sent an explicit message to Combs. Wait, I think this guy's getting, I don't know how he's getting the info, but he's getting the info in a different way than everybody else. I don't think he's only reading inner city press. Oh, okay. Where he said, I can't wait to watch you. I want to get you real hot. She replied, me too. I just wanted to be uncontrollable. Let's continue to get more updates here. on live now from Fox as really so many of you are continuing to follow along with us and getting these updates all in real time from the great court reporters that continue right now inside
Starting point is 03:06:05 of the court. Let me just read out a little bit more here that we are getting. During proceedings, the prosecution request Ventura be allowed to read the full document. The judge asked how many pages it contains. The defense says eight. When the prosecution notes there's no copy for the witness, the defense says those displayed on a screen, not visible to the public. So right now it looks like they're referencing more text messages or emails, and it looks like it's about eight pages long that is not going to be in the public view. We're worldwide for you here on. Live now from Box thanking everyone, joining us and really again
Starting point is 03:06:58 we are showcasing the latest that is coming from inside of court. I'm your host, Mike Pace. Okay. So, the judge then sustained this objection and then said, rephrase. Estabvo says
Starting point is 03:07:12 what was his drug of choice? Ventura then says, exstasy or MDMA. Estabo says, well, was he taking opious daily? Ventura says when he was doing them. Estabwe says, did you see him withdraw? She said, Yes. Okay. So, I mean, they're pretty much affirming that Diddy is or was my bad said. I'm like dealing with like five different things going on. All right. All right. Okay. So Cassie has admitted that, you know, they're speaking towards what she believed was Diddy's state of addiction. She believed Diddy was an addict. She believed that Diddy had severe moods.
Starting point is 03:08:23 swings and bad tempers when Diddy was coming off of the drugs. And I think they're going to then lead into some of the violence. And we might be going that direction, right, where they're going to lead now into the violence, ask if it was usually associated with him coming off the drugs or around the time he was high on drugs, but then also talk about maybe her complicitness or maybe sometimes her initiating those acts of violence. Maybe she put hands on him because she went through his phone or she saw something. So she puts hands on him, he put hands back on her.
Starting point is 03:08:53 Again, not necessarily to, again, he's not charged with domestic violence here, but they do want to show a pattern of this guy just isn't evil. This guy was an addict. She was an addict. They had a loving but toxic relationship. He hit her. She hit him. His mood and some of the behavior you're seeing that some of y'all are trying to call it sex trafficking.
Starting point is 03:09:20 is because he was high or drunk or having these mood swings and it could and should be looked at differently. And this is why he wanted that alternate defense that almost seemed like an insanity plea. But it wasn't an insanity plea. It was just that he wanted the defense of being able to say he wasn't in his right mind and incapacitated at a whole bunch of these points
Starting point is 03:09:45 where he's accused of doing these things. Okay? All right. the judge says we'll break all right so now they're going to go to um lunch break and uh says the juror uh is leaving the witness is leaving and miss estabwe says where are we in your cross estabas says we have a lot of exhibits let me confer over lunch and the judge is not responsive it says will you finish today or early tomorrow and it says to the end of tomorrow so they're planning they're planning to have cassie on the stand at the end of tomorrow you can
Starting point is 03:10:23 see the judge hoping they could hurry it up by saying, are you going to finish today with Cassie or maybe early tomorrow? Because, you know, they have kind of a schedule of how this is supposed to go. And Agnophilia is like, no, no, we're going to take until the end of tomorrow. Okay. Wow. So that is what is going on. Cassie wanted to familiarize herself with these threads before being asked questions about that. That was about the text messages. So let's see if we could get a little bit more updates here for you on live down from Fox. Okay, I guess someone is in there that's communicating somehow.
