Okay.
Chat.
Are we live yet?
Not yet.
Okay, I think we're getting there.
Okay, good.
All right.
I let y'all kind of trickle on in.
By the way, shout to my people on Kik, man.
Kick be bumping now.
Yo, Kik is kind of getting a thousand views on average type of shit.
I'm not even going to lie to you.
By the way, shout to also Rumble.
Rumble always, like around 2000.
and so we got about $3,000 for our little intro part.
Hey, I'm going to tell you guys all about the birthday show.
I do want to tell you, listen, today was a tough day for me to make day six.
Today's day six to 30.
I'm still doing it.
I should have been with Myron Gaines today.
I should have been with Myron Gaines to break this down.
Chad, I'm not going to lie, man.
I was so exhausted last night.
Not only did we have a hell of a show.
We had like an after event.
Got super lit there.
Um, just a whole night of craziness.
And, um, yeah, you know, I, I couldn't, I couldn't, I couldn't make it for, for today.
In actual court time, I couldn't.
I could.
So I apologize for, um, the tardiness.
We still are going to do the stream, though.
But if you're wondering, damn, act where were you in the morning?
I apologize, man, I was recovering from last night.
For anybody who came out last night, it was a one.
hell of a show, chat. That was beyond my wildest imagination and also expectations. I didn't know
what to expect. If you guys don't know, we had my live birthday podcast yesterday. And it went
amazing. Amazing. I was proud of the audience. I was proud of the chat. I've seen so many people
come from near and far, people from Maryland, a lot of people for Virginia, some people from
Minnesota. I've seen some people come from Canada. Toronto is in the building. I've seen people,
you know, of course, we had people from Jersey, people from the Bronx, obviously New York.
I was also pretty impressed and I hate to be the person that's giving myself a pat on the back,
but I think I held my composure. I thought nerves was going to get to me. I know our first show,
I was definitely emotional at times.
I think this show I was really within my bag.
And I'm going to be honest with you,
I always was kind of nervous to see, like, listen,
I could entertain when I'm, like, behind the computer.
But I do want to do some live shit.
And once I realized that the people who was sitting in front of me
are the exact people who be in the chat,
like all y'all typing,
and that familiarity and that love,
like there was absolutely my nerves went,
it disappeared in like 30 seconds.
And, you know, I had like a whole little thing
where I wanted to kind of do a, almost like a,
it's kind of like I was kind of doing half stand-up
and the other was like hosted, right?
Or kind of like podcasting a bit.
And I'm going to be honest with you.
Maybe it's because y'all love me.
Shit. Some of them jokes was hidden.
So I got to say, man, clap it up for the chat, man.
I think yesterday was one of the most loved moments I've ever experienced in my life, period.
I thank you guys for making that happen.
One of the best birthday gifts I could have ever gotten.
And just being in there with so much love.
There was so much love.
So, so much love in that building.
Chat niggas, man, you guys made me so proud.
So proud.
By the way, I think we pretty much, they sent the numbers today.
Live Nation, we pretty much almost got like a sellout.
I think they said there was like maybe like eight tickets that were and sold or something like that.
We're calling to sell out.
Fuck that.
And yeah.
So I want to just say thank you to everybody who showed up.
Thank you to the chat.
Obviously, this is a mission and an objective of mine.
I want to do more live events.
I want to come to your city.
I want to try to give you this experience, which I know, you know,
during meet and greets, I was shocked by how many people
that have been 10 plus years supporters who've been chat niggas for 10 plus years.
And that alone tells me that I got to start going out to meet y'all.
I got to go out and throw these events.
And, you know, we're going to try to do something in a couple of months,
probably Houston, Miami, or Atlanta.
Those are kind of like the cities that are popping up at the top of the list as we plan
in the next event.
But for everybody who went, you know, I hope you guys share your experience about how it was.
Everybody has told me they had a great time.
You know, by the way, I want to salute to the performers that came out.
And also the other streamers that showed love.
By the way, shots my main, annoying TV was in the building.
We had, who else was in the building?
and Marion Gaines even popped up yesterday.
And definitely, shout out to 41.
Kyle Rich, Jane Carter, they were in the building.
They performed a couple songs to me.
Shout to my man Capella Gray.
He came out and he also performed a couple songs for me as well.
I appreciate everybody who showed love
and even the ones that wanted to show love
but couldn't show love because they had a scheduling conflict.
And that happened a lot.
So I just want to say, man, yesterday was a win,
not only for me, I think it was a win for our community.
You know, what people try to say the knock against our community
when they can't defeat us via the numbers,
because when they see the numbers of what we do on streams
or what we do on views, they're like, well, these niggas just don't exist.
They're the in-cell basement dwellers.
And what was shown yesterday is that not only do the chat go outside,
the chat show up and they show up for a call.
So I definitely was having a good time.
So I just want to clap it up for the chat.
I want to clap it up for y'all.
My birthday, if you guys don't know, is that midnight,
I will be streaming into my birthday,
at least the very first hour or two.
I'll be kicking it with y'all here.
So my official birthday is May 17th,
so that's going to be at midnight,
and I'll be streaming until midnight.
So don't you worry.
Again, for me, it's, you know,
help building this community has been my life's work.
So this is a reason why all these moments
I want to share with y'all.
Like, I feel like you guys are always.
it right i want to share at least part of my birthday with y'all i want to share these these moments so
thank you guys you guys have been great anyway let's not get too sentimental and soft let me load
up the chats here uh again again i was just kind of washed i was washed this morning so if you guys
are wondering like damn act why you're not with mireen damn act why you didn't cover the trial this
morning. I just, I had to take, I was running on no sleep. I had to get a little bit of sleep,
a little bit of recovery. Okay. All right. Cool. So supposedly we missed the biggest day of
the Cassian Didi trial. What am I called the Cassian Didi trial? The Dity trial, we missed the
biggest day. Yet today is the biggest day in terms of the prosecuture, not the prosecution of
the offense exposed the shit out of Cassie. They expose her to be a drug addict that,
Diddy was trying to get, trying to beg to get help.
Diddy pretty much, she also admits that she knew Diddy was a drug addict, which that's a very
integral part of this idea that if Diddy was sex trafficking and running this corrupt organization
as alleged a Rico, if the nigger was a drug addict and the chick was a drug addict, these are
just two freaky drug fiends.
Maybe that's not a rico.
Maybe that's not something that's deliberate.
these were people they were high as hell freaky as hell and in a toxic relationship so that was
kind of brought to light today also we get to we get some horrifying details which i'm going to be
honest with you um i don't know if cassie was trying not to answer these things going into
you know testifying and by the way i think she always knew that these details may or may not
come out and these details include her even admitting
that she facetamed her now husband while Diddy was deep in her guts.
Things of that sort.
Basically, she admitted today.
And by the way, I'm giving out a preview of what we're,
because we're going to get in all the details.
She admitted that while she was dating her now husband,
her now husband, she was still doing freakoffs.
By the way, at least in the early stages, by the way, she also admitted that when she was dating Kid Cuddy, she was still doing freakoffs.
Basically, the defense did an amazing job of proving Cassie is just freaky as shit.
So this idea that Cassie were forced to do freakoffs when she was in a relationship with Diddy or when she was around.
No, no, no.
Even when she left, she was doubling back.
This chick was just freaky.
So people think that today was a tremendous victory for the defense.
By the way, Cassie was dismissed from the stand.
It was finished.
And Dawn Richards was also introduced as a witness.
So we're going to kind of go through the whole thing.
Again, I'm sorry if you guys wanted it in real time.
But at least when we go through it now, we don't have to do the, let's wait for another tweet.
We could go straight through it.
Okay?
So, everybody good?
Everybody good.
Shout to everybody on the King Academics channel.
By the way, tell me if my voice is going.
Damn, somebody's a happy 40th.
I'm turned 29.
What are you talking about?
Chat, I'm turned 29 at midnight.
Fruitie Pebbles.
Thank you for becoming a member.
Captain Dex.
Who just gifted some subs?
Okay.
So we're going to move at a breakneck speech.
pause and here we go so we're going to kind of like recap the day we're going to kind of do the
same things we did but we're going to be able to do it much quicker and have much more
understanding because all the tweets are already there so here we go and we could get into it
immediately right so the judge the judge said initially that the defense cross-examination
could go today until 430 today and then they'll limit so the judge is putting some time
constraints on this. Obviously, if you leave it up to the defense, they're going to want to talk to
Cassie for a week and a half, right? Because this is the main witness and they want to drag her.
Even if it's certain things that may not, it might be proven the same point, they want to keep
hammering that home that the jury could be like, oh, okay, Cassie's just fucking freaky, right?
All right. So the judge said, yo, you guys could only cross-examine until 430 today. And then
she was going to give a 30 minute, or he, that's Submaranian, he's going to give a 30 minutes of
redirect, and that was going to be obviously the AUSA.
Combs lawyer, Anna Maria Estavo, says, we have some evidentiary issues.
The judge says, tell me about him.
They should have been in writing.
They said, we don't understand why they're taking time to object to our exhibits.
AUSA Johnson says they're proposing to use a video of Combs walking in name,
talking about God. It is improper and invited jury notification. Judge says, let's hear it.
By the way, no one's in the court yet there's no jury. There's no Cassie. Combs Estabo says,
so Combs lawyer Estabos says, and I guess this is a video that Diddy was like speaking about God.
I think TMZ actually put the video out. Let me see if we can find it. I think this is a video right here.
By the way, also, we did get a revelation that Cassie
got another $10 million, but she got it from the Intercontinental.
So it looked like she was about a suitor intercontinental for leaking that video, right?
And, you know, obviously she would be a victim of domestic assault and leaking that video
severely damages her reputation, and they gave her $10 million.
So Cassie's been collecting the bag.
That's $30 million.
So she got her $30 no matter what.
Cassie really the $30 for $30.
You get what I'm saying?
Hold on.
Let me see.
Where we go?
Where we go?
There's something where he's like walking in nature.
Let me see if I can find that video.
Hold on, hold on.
Let me see.
Okay.
I don't know if we can find that video,
but we want to keep the speed up.
So let's just keep going through, right?
So it's a video of him talking about God.
I don't know why it's kind of relevant,
but I guess they want to bring it up.
The judge says, our juror is ready.
Oh, by the way, this says,
this was about him being in rehab, which Ms. Ventura didn't remember.
So we want to refresh her recollection with this.
Okay, so it's about a video of him being in rehab.
Did he rehab?
Let's see.
Did he rehab?
Okay.
I thought I seen the video.
Never mind.
If anyone, it was on TMZ.
If you guys see it, let me stroll down a bit.
If you guys see it, just please let me know, because apparently the full video is out there.
And I think it's just a video of him kind of like walking around and whatever.
Let's see.
Let's see.
Is it here?
Yo, this Alexander, Alex Fine, niggas.
Yo, he is getting cooked, bro.
That nigga is getting cooked right now.
Okay, I can't find a video.
Screw it.
Just send me a link if anyone knows where is that, right?
So apparently Diddy went to rehab and there's a video of him in rehab talking about God and all that type of stuff.
AOSA Johnson says it can't be played for her and
front of the jury. Estabo says we have headphones. The judge says, our jury's ready. Any more issues?
Estabwe says if the rape is after the charged conduct, it shouldn't have come in. It's a huge issue.
Okay? It's a huge issue for us. The judge says it's not a huge issue. You didn't raise it at the time.
Combs says, we thought we could cross on it. Now, that's kind of interesting. So it looks like Diddy's
are coming back in post to say
the charged conduct
that is alleged the indictment
the rape happens after
that time span that you claim
that she was trafficked.
We don't think that should have been brought up
and I don't think actual sexual assault is there.
I think sexual assault is one of the predicate offenses
for, it's one of the predicate offenses for the RICO Act in Dittie's case,
but it's not actually charged.
So he's not really charged or rape, right?
But is it one of the things that's charged under the RICO?
Yes, it is, right?
Which I hope you understand that little nuance.
If you, if a RICO act, you could put mad different things,
your murder, this and third.
Again, the predicate offenses doesn't necessarily have to be in a different thing.
I hope that made sense
Because sometimes I'm talking
I'm like
Yeah, I don't even get what I just said
Under Rico
He's charged with Rico
Sex trafficking
I gotta bring up the latest indictment
Let me bring it up
Make this a little bit easier for y'all
I'll try to bring up the indictment
Did he indictment
Here we go
But I don't think this is the latest indictment
Here we go
Hold on, hold on
Hold on hold on
No, I'm not even going to pull it up
It's a waste of time.
Anyway.
Okay.
So it's interesting.
It looks like they realized they should have made a fuss about having Cassie testify about this rape.
Right?
They didn't do it.
But now they're saying, oh, well, we got to dress it and cross.
And we need to bring some other things into it because we should allow you out to do it.
The judge is kind of saying, y'all should have brought this up yesterday or objected to it yesterday.
Look like they didn't.
Okay.
All right.
So the judge says not a huge issue.
He's been raised at a time.
And it says, we thought we could do it on cross.
And now they're starting.
So all rise.
Good morning.
You're still under oath with Ms. Ventura.
And it says, you believe Mr. Combs.
So now this is Estavo, Diddy's lawyer, question her.
Do you believe Mr. Combs was blackout for the intercontinental event?
Cassie says, I believe it was intoxicated.
Everyone's definition is different.
Estavo says, but you said blackout.
She then says, what are you right here?
She says, I wrote, when you get fucked up,
the wrong way.
Did you mean drugs?
That's what Estabo asked.
She says,
and alcohol.
Stavo then says,
Here, Mr. Combs write to you.
I'm so horny for you.
AUSA Johnson says,
this ain't an evidence.
Again, they keep objecting to these exhibits
of text messages that basically,
I think it's the 400 that were introduced
the day before.
Estabo says,
here Mr. Combs is asking you for sex
soon after the intercontinental,
So, right?
You know what I realize?
Chat, you know what I realize?
We got to take a step back.
I'm sorry.
We got to take a step back.
We got to take a step back.
Because we're missing a huge piece of this.
We're missing a huge piece of this.
If you're only watching me to cover this,
that means we've missed a few things
because we didn't cover the afternoon session yesterday.
So if we just start today, we miss
a half of a day of testimony from Cassie.
So we got to get that update and then flush that out,
then continue it today.
So sorry.
Here we go.
Yeah, this was the day.
Here we go.
Attention team Diddy defense.
You are losing to Cassie.
Okay.
And by the way, I think people all consider today a big win for Diddy.
but we're getting an update from yesterday, yesterday afternoon.
Remember, I had to cut the stream to go do the event.
She is beating you.
It's not even close.
I don't know what you're doing.
I don't know what the style is.
I don't know what the approach is.
He kind of gives a little bit more ad lib version.
So just because we didn't read the tweets,
let's try to figure out some type of neutral way to kind of see the update from yesterday.
Let's go long crimes.
Yeah, long crimes.
They're pretty much by the book type of shit.
You know what I mean?
Let's see.
Okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay.
Okay, give me one second.
Not five hours ago.
Okay, here we go.
The defense claps back at Cassie.
Here we go.
Day four of Sean Diddy Combe's sex trafficking
and racketeering trial got intense in a hurry.
As Diddy's ex-girlfriend, Cassandra Ventura,
faced a blistering cross-examination.
Austin was at her, that birthday party.
Britney Spears was at that birthday party.
All right, we passed that already.
Let's keep going.
Cassie had said that there was a time that Diddy didn't want Cassie to do drugs,
even though she still was, or even though that Diddy still was,
the defense says Diddy didn't want you hanging out with a certain friend.
Her, the friend's name was Bonna.
Bonna's also a pretty important name into this story.
I'd cover.
All right, chat, I'm just going to do the coverage my day of himself, bro.
Because finding other people's content is just too much.
All right.
Cool.
So we just got to do the afternoon session yesterday.
Then we got to do the full day today, all right?
Okay.
What is this?
Okay.
Give me one second, child.
I'm just, again, if it wasn't for the show and obviously the birthday, like I would have been here with everything.
But let me, so it was the 15th, right?
Cool.
The 15th.
Da, do, da, da, the 15th.
Perfect.
Here we go.
Okay.
all right so we just got to find the part where they break for lunch so after they break for lunch
we just got to read the rest of those tweets so we just got to let's find when they break for lunch
let's give me a second child yeah there's a lot of fucking tweets lunch I'm searching for
okay all right okay yes so they took a break all right bad bad bad bad all right so this is where
I missed yesterday right so let's start
are there. So yesterday, they come back at like 238. They put Cassie back on a stand. And they're like,
you're a fair. And they're calling it an affair. It's kind of like interesting because Diddy and
Cassie were never married. But they're saying your affair with Kid Cuddy, which is Mr. Ms.
Scuddy was only about a month long, but you got a burner phone for it. She said right. So
apparently she had a separate phone just to deal with Kid Cuddy. Estabra then said,
says, did Mr. Combs kick you in the back?
She says, yes.
Estabwe then says, this came up later in your relationship
that you had cheated on him with Kid Cuddy, right?
Ventura says he brought it up quite a bit.
So it looked like Did he realized that she fucked Kid Cuddy
and would probably constantly bring it up
just throwing her face like, yo, what the fuck?
You fuck Kid Cuddy, man.
Estabbo then says, when he cheated, he said,
well, you had an affair with Kid Cuddy, right?
She said sometimes.
So it looks like what would happen is that
when Diddy was fucking other women and Cassie would find out,
Diddy would just constantly use the fact that she fuck Kid Cuddy
to kind of like call it even with whatever he was doing
by saying, yo, how are you getting at me for fucking other bitches?
You fuck Kid Cuddy, bro. Stop it, right?
Probably one of those type of stuff.
Estabwe was like, yo, he suspected you of having an affair
with another person in the industry.
You were in South Africa filming, right?
She says, yes, I was filming Honey III.
By the way, it's interesting.
Cassie seemed like she's kind of jovial.
She's laughing and shit like that.
Okay.
Estabas says, when you were there,
did you see a photo of Mr. Combs and Gina and got out of rape?
She says, yes, I was angry.
Estabal says, you blocked him and focused on the movie, right?
She says, I tried my best.
Estabwe says, Mr. Combs suspected you of having a relationship,
sorry, a relationship with who?
She said, Michael B. Jordan.
Now, let me use...
Let's look at Honey
Honey 3
It's a movie
I guess this is Cassie, right?
Who else is in?
Is Michael B. Jordan in the movie?
He's not in the movie, right?
No, he's not.
Maybe she was just in the acting world
and did he thought she was fucking Michael B. Jordan?
Whatever.
Okay, cool.
Estabah then says,
You sent a video
to not only Mr. Cones,
but also staff.
Of who? Diroc?
She says, yes. You sent it to them because you was angry with all of them.
She says, I was hurt. I spent all my time with them.
Estabova says, you thought they were in on it.
Estabas says, yes, the physical abuse?
No, no, no. Well, Estabwe says, the physical abuse, when did your father learn about it?
She says around the same time, my mother learned about it.
Stavva says, did Mr. Combs come to Connecticut to speak to your parents?
Ventura says, I don't know if it was then.
Estabwe says, Carrie Morgan knew about the abuse.
She says yes.
They then ask the eyebrow gash incident.
What was it about?
Cassie says, I didn't answer the phone and I went to sleep.
I was supposed to be packing for a trip.
Estabos says, was he drunk?
She says, I don't remember.
Estabo says, why were you asleep?
Ventura says, a drink at the abbey had something in it, I think.
So she's actually thinking that she got drugged at the abbey.
Estabas says, did Mr. Combs ever abuse you
he was drunk, then say he didn't remember it.
Ventura admits, and she says yes.
So she's now asserting that Diddy has used the excuse of, oh, shit, I don't remember me doing that to you.
Again, this is Diddy's lawyers trying to paint the picture that Diddy was under the influence.
And this wasn't some premeditated, like, planned out, like, hey, I'm going to just beat your ass or intimidate you.
this was a guy with a temper and going through mood swings
because if he was ever withdrawing or going up or going up
or coming down from these drugs.
So the Mr. Combsor abused you while he was inebriated.
Then say, didn't remember.
Ventura says yes.
Estabwe says, did he ever feel like he,
did you ever feel like he was not taking responsibility?
Ventura says yes.
Estabwe then says for drugs, you both went to rehab, right?
She says rehab wasn't really a thing during that relationship.
Stavvo says,
wasn't the freakoffs
The freakoffs were an opportunity for y'all
to take drugs together, right?
She says yes.
Estabwe then says,
you went a lot to burning man.
She says yes.
Estabwe then says,
did you ever call yourself getting high partners
or get high partners?
She said we did.
So it looked like she used to refer to her
and Diddy or Diddy was my get high partner.
That's what Cassie would say.
Now again, this is paint the picture
that Diddy was a drug addict
and would constantly do drugs and wasn't in the right frame of mind.
What does that right frame of mind mean?
Or why is that important?
Because it shows that he probably didn't have his wherewithal
to actually deliberately be participating in a sex trafficking reign, okay?
Or leading it or doing all these things that would constitute as sex trafficking
in a racketeering sense, okay?
Estabas said, did you take drugs from him without him knowing?
She says yes.
Estabas says, what was his reaction?
Cassie says explosive.
Estabas says, did he tell L.A. dealers not to deal to you?
She says yes.
So it looks like Cassie would be trying to steal the drugs from Diddy.
And Diddy would basically be telling drug dealers or whoever his supplier was,
Yo, do not sell no drugs to Cassie.
By the way, two Tycoon 6, thank you for the gifted membership.
Appreciate it, my brother.
Combs Estabwe says, this is Combs' lawyer, Estabal.
She says, you told Karam, which is Christina Karam,
that you learned only after the fact that Mr. Combs had dangled Miss Bongalon.
Who's Ms. Bongalon, off the balcony?
She says, I'm not sure.
So now Cassie is doing the, I don't recall.
shit. Estabo says, were you on drugs? She says, I'm not sure.
Colos Estavo, which is Diddy's lawyer again, says, you got a life coach for your drug use
according to this document. She says, I don't know who that person is.
Estabo then says, weren't you doing a lot of drugs? She says, it was a rough time.
Diddy's lawyer then says, you try to get into rehab, the golden door, right? She says,
It was a spa.
There was a time I lost all sense of smell and taste
and woke up in the hospital with the IV in my arm.
I then tried to get help.
Diddy's lawyer says,
The time after San Bernardino,
San Bernardino,
you learned he had overdosed.
She says a very strong opiate, yeah.
Combs lawyer says,
were you ever not addicted to painkillers?
She says we took Ibogame.
What the fuck is that?
Let me Google that shit, chat.
Ibogame.
It's a psychoactive alkaloid extracted from the bark and roots of the tabernet iboga plant.
It's native to the central and West Africa.
It's been used for centuries in traditional African medicine to treat various ailments,
including addiction, anxiety, and depression.
Hmm.
Okay.
And it's, it could be used as a psychedelic, clearly.
All right.
They asked, where did you get it?
She said, Cancun, Mexico, separately.
Estabo then says,
when Mr. Combs threw you off the boat in cans,
when he accused you of taking drugs and squeezed your leg,
Ventura says, among other things.
Estabos says, but you still wanted to be with him, right?
Cassie says, yeah, I still want to be with him.
Estabas says, switching topics.
When you say Mr. Combs went and got his guns to find Shug Night,
did you remember telling the government that if you went with him,
she said, no.
Estabo says, let me show you.
AUSA says, hey, just for the party.
So it looked like they're showing maybe a debriefing session
or a interrogation session between Cassie and the government.
this is like probably a pre-cooperation thing
where they probably got her to put on an affidavit
A, B, C, D, and E
that later on when she testifies,
they know what she's going to say, right?
So it looked like her story changed
and they noticed it.
She claimed when she did a debriefing with the government
that she went with Diddy
with the guns to go find Shug Night.
Now we're finding out no, she didn't.
Ventura says, I didn't go with it.
them so I don't think I said that Holmes Estabwe says you did drugs with Miss Morgan right
she said yes miss Morgan would be Kerry Morgan that that was her best friend
Stavis says do you recall text telling the government that you did not set what he did
huh I think you don't wait did you recall telling the government you did not remember
what he did hitting her in the head with the wooden hair I don't know with that
It's a weird question or a weird statement.
All right.
He says, I saw the hangar.
I saw he was angry that I was doing drugs with Kerry.
This broke up your seven-year friendship with her, right?
That's what Diddy's lawyer says.
She says it did.
Estabas said, did you tell Combs about your relationship with your now husband?
She said no.
So basically, she's admitting that when she was fucking on the trainer, Diddy never knew.
Estabas says Mrs. Morgan sued you and Mr. Combs.
Ventura says, yes, she made a demand.
Estabo says, and you paid part of that?
Cassie said, I did.
Estabo says, and you haven't spoken with her since?
Ventura says maybe one text.
Estabo says, that was the relationship ender.
She said yes.
So basically, Diddy gets upset that Cassie's doing drugs.
It looked like Diddy always wanted Cassie to do drugs with him.
They were drug partners.
Like they were get high partners, as he called it.
And it appears that when Didi found that she was doing,
in drugs with her best friend,
Didi got mad through a wooden hanger and hit the friend.
And the friend stopped being cool with Cassie
because she looked at it like Cassie wasn't standing up for her
and wasn't standing up to Diddy.
So she then later sued or threatened to sue,
and I guess there was either a settlement,
I would imagine a settlement,
and part of the settlement was paid by Cassie,
I guess the rest by Diddy.
Okay.
Estabo says,
you'd heat up the baby oil, wouldn't you?
Ventura says yes.
Stavowell says, now, is this the day before the intercontinental hotel incident?
I guess they want to be shown an image or something.
AUSA Johnson says, hey, hey, hold up.
It's a long document.
We need to read it.
All right?
They took a break.
All right?
After they took a break, they come back at 408.
It says, we're in the home stretch of the day.
Let's get our jury back.
Estabo then says,
Is this from March 4?
AUSA says with UCT time, it's March 3rd, actually.
Estabwe says, okay, Mr. Combs refers to accessories.
Cassie says for the premiere.
So it looked like they're showing her something of her being at some movie premiere, right?
Stavis says, hey, did you send him an explicit message?
Cassie says yes.
Stavis says he responded with a number of M's, right?
He wrote, too bad you have to work.
work, L.O.L. Cassie says yes. So Cassie's kind of showing that her and Diddy was texting.
She had to go to a premiere, but her and Diddy are flirting talking about still fucking. You get
I'm saying? Now, this is going to be interesting. Hold on. It says this was the day before the
incident. Okay. When was the incident? When was the intercontinental hotel incident?
Cassie.
That incident was the fifth.
Okay, so before it looks like they're establishing that Cassie and Diddy were talking freaky.
Cool.
He wrote, too bad you have to work.
He didn't.
You say you ask him, are you feeling better?
Then he's discussing bodily functions.
Yes.
Cassie says, could we just clarify what time these messages are really from with the,
UCT, that's central time, right?
No, no, no.
What's UCT?
I think it's, I think it's universal time.
Oh, universal time.
That's what it is.
Okay.
And then what is this?
Okay, here we go.
Okay.
So they're supposed to,
they have clarified that it's not UCT,
it's UTC, it's universal,
what's stand for?
Coordinated universal time?
whatever.
So Cordadena Universal Time or UTC is five hours ahead of Eastern standard time, right?
And it is eight hours ahead of Pacific standard time.
So that's very important.
So if you're going on what time would be in L.A., you have to add eight hours to it, right?
So that's why they're saying, A, it bleeds into the next day.
That's why they're saying that.
Estabwe says Mr. Combs went to your premier lunch at London Hotel, right?
Ventura says he did.
Stava says, then he says, I got out of a spiritual therapy session.
Ventura said, I asked, how did it go?
He said it's a process.
They're kind of reading off text messages here, people.
This is leading up to the hotel incident.
Estabas says, you say, baby, I want to freak off so bad.
Oh, shit.
So Cassie is bringing this up.
So Estabwe says, you say, baby, I want to freak off so bad.
You were asked in your direct and said,
you didn't want him to ruin your premiere.
Cassie says, sure.
Now, this is where you start to realize they're starting to, like,
they're taking that, that I speak to the ice,
and they're kind of like chipping away at it.
Her answers isn't, it's always like, yeah,
if that's what it says or sure.
It's like she's making, she's like, coping it a bit,
rather than being confident like, yes, as I've always said, you know?
Estabo says, Mr. Combs says, if we start at seven and go till four,
you could get enough rest after.
Holy shit.
How many hours is that?
That's a nine-hour freak-off?
You're planning a nine-hour fuck session.
It's crazy, bro.
Scheduling the fuck session is crazy.
Niggas, starting at seven and wanted to finish at four is crazy.
estobo says
by the way
everybody good
everybody good
just got to make sure y'all good at here man
okay
estabos says
he's saying it'll be shorter
than the usual freakoff right
Ventura says that's how I would
understand it
estabas says what did you say
Ventura Cassie says
Kerry is here we can't do it in my house
so it looked like at this point
the freak off has gotten
so much, you know, at vans, they're not only doing it in hotels.
Cassie's even down to do it at the crib.
Estabo says, you say, that guy is sick.
I'm not going to ask you what you meant.
Oh, look like somebody might be burning, chat.
Estabo then says, so you were turning to Johnny.
Was he a dancer or an escort?
Cassie says we hired him as a dancer
Chat, I think what's happening here
A bunch of these niggas were getting
Yo, they were getting a bunch of a
They were getting some diseases, bro, you could tell
I think for sensitivity
They're not saying all that shit
Honestly, like, bro, niggas is burning up in the shit
You know what I'm saying? Like, they were freaking off
And it was like, yo,
The freak off was like Uno for SDDs
Draw 4, you get what I'm saying?
All type of shit was going
on in the motherfucking freakoffs, right?
So here we go.
It says, okay, so they were going to another guy.
It says, was he a dancer and escort?
Cassie says, we hired him as a dancer,
but he did what an escort does.
Estabwe says, do you remember at the beginning of this freakoff
in an intrinsic Constantzo Hotel?
Cassie says, not really.
By the way, this is very interesting.
She has shaky memory.
Right, whatever.
So Estabos says, the drugs were bad.
MDMA, right?
Cassie says, I have no idea.
Estabal says, no, the judge says it's 5 o'clock.
Juris, you may go home.
Don't look up anything about the case.
Blah, blah, blah, all right, cool.
Then I think they're trying to do some procedural shit.
So they dismissed for the day yesterday.
He says, thank you, Ms. Ventura.
No discussion with the government.
We'll see you tomorrow.
Everybody else will be seated.
Judge says, how much more?
So he's trying to ask, Did he's lawyer.
How much more?
and she says, let me check.
AUSA Johnson says, half an hour on redirect, they're asking for time.
And Ophelia says, we'll figure it out tomorrow.
The judge says, have your next witness ready tomorrow.
Who are they?
AUSA says, Dawn Richard.
The judge says, if there are more issues, someone needs to email the court.
Okay?
They're adjourned.
All right, so cool.
Now we're done with yesterday.
I think in the afternoon, nothing too crazy other than the whole kid
Cutty thing, that's probably the only thing that came out. And also the fact that when she
started cheating on Diddy, Diddy didn't know, right? We didn't really find nothing too crazy out.
But we do kind of find out that the intercontinental freak off was Cassie's idea. Cassie literally says,
I want to freak off so, so bad. Look, you say, baby, I want to freak off so bad.
when she was asked about this in her direct,
she made it seem I gave him a freak off
that he didn't ruin my premiere.
I just, I need,
she was describing Diddy as some monster
that you had to make happy
that he wouldn't ruin your life
or he wouldn't ruin any opportunities that you had.
But we're seeing it might be the opposite.
Look like she wanted to do the freak off
and he would try to figure out,
okay, let's figure out,
where you could go to your premiere, get enough sleep for that,
and we could still get at least, you know what I mean?
You know what I mean?
You know, they're calling nine-hour freak-off.
They said that was a short freak-off.
Jesus Christ.
You know, I hope they used to tip the people in the hotels
who had to clean up after the freak-offs, bro.
It got to be mad, disgusting.
Astroglide, lube, baby oil, butt plugs, fecal matter,
pee, like, all type of shit.
period, blood, like all, like, semen crust after it's dried up, probably flaking, that flaked off ditties nipples.
Like, this shit was nasty.
Hmm.
Okay.
All right.
So now we're back to today, right?
We're back to today.
And we're going over the entire day today, right?
So cool.
Cassie hasn't taken a stand yet.
They're going through some, you know, some more issues, blah, blah, blah.
Now they put Cassie on the stand, right?
they asked him, do you think he was blacked out during the intercontinent event?
She said, I believe it was intoxicated, right?
But everyone's definition is different.
So she says, I don't know if he was blacked out, but I know he was like a little bit lit.
Stabwe says, well, what is you right here?
I said, when you get fucked up.
So she's basically, they're cross-referenced with some of her text messages where she's admitting that she told Diddy,
you know, when you get fucked up, you act crazy, right?
And they said, do you mean drugs?
She says, an alcohol.
It says, here, Mr. Combs write to you.
I'm so horny.
for you. AUSA says not in evidence. And he says, here Mr. Combs is asking you for sex soon after
the intercontinental incident. Cassie says, I was saying who, I was saying who he felt.
Huh? Or was she saying, I was saying what he felt? Anyway, Estabas says, what did you write back?
She said, I wrote, I wrote, we need a different vibe than Friday at the intercontinental hotel. So look
like after the intercontinent hotel where he beats her ass, right? Remember, this idea of this hotel
footage is that she was trying to escape, yo, she was trying to get out of there. This was like her last
shit. This was like Toby running away from the plantation. You get what I'm saying? If you're
trying to run away from the freak off there, you're not coming back to do it again, right? It looks like
they get cool and then they basically say, yo, we need, it looks like it looks like it looks like
is within the same week because they mentioned the day, right?
You wouldn't mention the day if it's not in the same week.
Ventura, Cassie says, we need a different vibe other, like, than what happened Friday at Intercontinental.
What does that say, Chad?
It says that even though this quote-quote brutal beatdown, a couple days later, she was ready to do the freak off again.
She just wanted a different vibe.
Shit.
Oh, shit.
You know?
It's good.
You know.
Nick, I'm on stream.
I'm on stream.
Yo.
You want to stream?
Yeah, you want me hit you after?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Hit me after.
Oh, you want me to text you.
If I don't get to call you, happy birthday, you heard.
Nah, I appreciate you, my G.
Appreciate you, man.
And is your show, was your show yesterday?
Yeah, yeah, the shit was lit, nigga.
Damn, bro, my bad fucking, you know, I got the probation shit.
I know.
I know.
Yo, yo, if anything, I, I, I'm, um, call me after the stream.
Yeah, yeah, I'm going to call me out of the stream.
All right.
Shads my man, 6'9.
Shout to my man's.
Okay, so I said, happy birthday, you heard.
That's such a New York thing.
You heard?
All right, come on.
Let's, let's lock in, chat.
All right, so look like within the same week, Diti's asking her for sex.
By the way, let me also put this in the problem.
perspective for everybody who's kind of watching.
And I want to hear you guys of pain.
I'm going to look in the chat, see what you guys think about this.
Think about this, chat.
It appears that, and tell me if you think it helps or hurts Diddy.
It feels like most of their communications were done in email and text.
So you would see Diddy ask for sex, like, yo, let's fuck, right?
Rather than get on the phone and there might not be a record of it.
So they have all these text messages
And these text messages kind of show
Step by step what their conversation is like
I think it helps Diddy
The more text messages that exist
Shows that hey all right
After the fight you know they're still communicating
They're still talking freaky
If you don't have these messages
Like say they they're they are still talking freaky
But it's only phone calls
It's he says she said
She's gonna be like yeah I don't remember
Remember talking freaky with him after that.
But you have it hearing text messages.
We got it in 4K.
So I do believe that these messages are helping ditty.
Because I don't think she would testify.
Oh, yeah, no, we were just playing.
Like, yeah, I kind of forgave it mad quickly for that.
And then we were playing another freak off.
We were just like, yeah, let's get a different vibe.
So I think these messages are helping ditty.
It shows freak off happens.
the fighting happens
a couple days later
within the same week
they're trying to
yo let's go
let's go figure this out
let's go do this again
but get a different vibe
all right cool
so Ventura says
that she wanted a different vibe
than Friday
at the Intercontinental
Combe says
fuck Friday
I don't even want to do that again
and then they say
what did you write
Cassie says
LOL true
I'm wondering if some like
are they trying some crazy shit
like yo
Yo, Cassie, yo, while the nigger in your pussy, let me put my dick in your ass.
Like, they must be doing some other shit, right?
I don't know what's going on right here.
He says, I don't even want to do that again.
Are they talking about just the violence?
The fighting?
They're not, they're also, this idea that maybe she went through his phone or blah, blah, blah.
They're not also addressing the issue, right?
It looks like they just talked it up to, that's some drunk shit.
That's some drunk shit, right?
It's a fuck Friday.
I don't even want to do that.
again. So what you write? Say, I wrote, LOL true.
Estabo says, Mr. Combs suspected you of having an affair with someone else in the industry.
What happened when he took your phone? Ventura says, we were in the car and he told me to call my
mother. When I did, he grabbed my phone and took it. It was a big fight. He was just gone
for how long. It says, for a few hours until my mother called the police.
Estabo says, did Mr. Combs go through your phone? She says, I think so.
And he called someone on it.
Estabo says, the person you had an affair with was an NFL player, right?
She says, I don't know if he's playing anymore.
And Estabo says, but it was an NFL player, though, right?
And he was jealous.
Estabo says, wasn't there a time he found out you were dancing with another person in the music industry?
And he took your phone.
She says, I don't remember.
Estabas says, come on, you don't know what's Chris Brown.
Stop playing.
She says, nah, I wasn't dancing with him.
Estabva says, all right, check this out.
Look at this.
It's from 2013.
She says, oh, okay, you got me.
You got me.
Now I see it.
Yeah, you're right.
So, again, she's, maybe her memory is failing her,
or maybe this goes into the idea that she was completely in a drugged out state
and her memory is really inconsistent.
Regardless, I still think this helps ditty,
because the more you prove that she is inconsistency,
inconsistent with her recollection of what happened,
you could then keep further hammering home the point that these fine details of,
quote,
unquote,
abuse or this control that would come from these very small but nuanced things
that played a part into this control sex trafficking narrative that Didi has,
she might not remember that either,
or she might be remembering it incorrectly, okay?
She says, what else did Mr. Combs take?
He says, he took my car, my passport, when he was angry.
Estabal says, let's refresh you about Mr. Combs being in rehab.
She says, I vaguely remember.
Hmm, that's interesting.
Cassie can't remember shit now.
She vaguely remember.
Combs says, so, no, I mean, Estabwe says, why did you go to Sedona?
Ventura says, I went to Arizona to get away from the drive.
drugs. Estabo says, I'm going to go to a new topic.
Mr. Combs told you to get the video you heard about.
What did you write? I wrote, you keep putting me down.
Estabo says, I'm going to play you some audio. Ventura says, this is the audio of saying,
yo, if you saw a video of someone fucking me, who was fucking me? You have it? Why didn't you show me?
because I'm not disrespectful, bro.
And Cassie says,
oh, yeah, Cassie says,
if you don't show me, I will kill you, cut you up.
Oh, shit.
The audio is still being played.
Ventura says, I will fucking kill you.
I've never killed no one ever in my life.
I'm going to fuck you up,
and it's not going to be blood on my hands.
Somebody else is going to kill you.
I'm not playing with you, Sujit.
Tell me.
Combs, Estavo, so Combs lawyer says, that's you, right?
She says, yeah.
Estabal says, did Mr. Combs express concern about these videos being released?
So apparently some people got some videos of her.
And she was calling around and trying to figure out how they got the video and basically threatening these people.
He said, does Mr. Combs express concern about these videos being released?
Ventura says when?
Estabo says ever.
Cassi says yes.
Estabo says
The escort Jonathan
You thought he took a video?
Remember
She remember
Part of the settlement
The $5 million the dude claim he got
He said he got
The video to sign a NDA
That he can't talk about him
Contracting Herpes from them
Allegedly
Can't sue them
Civilly
For
For contracting
this disease and also he had to turn over videotapes.
He had to turn it over.
And remember, he even claimed they accidentally returned him the videotapes.
So Ventura says yes.
It says, Mr. Combs spent a lot of money to make sure that video didn't get released, right?
She says, I don't know.
Estabwe says, you had a conversation with Jonathan Odie that was transcribed.
Ventura says, I'm not sure.
Estabas says he was volatile, right?
She said, yeah, I didn't trust him.
Stavis says, what did Mr. Combs say when you told him you thought, oh, he was recorded?
Ventura says, he said he'll take care of it.
Estabas says, are you aware of an escort leaving comments on Mr. Combs' Instagram page?
Ventura says, I am not.
Okay?
Estabo says, now let's talk about rehab.
Do you still do suboxone?
What is that?
What is that?
Oh, it's a medication to treat the dependence on opioids.
Okay, so it's something to help cure addiction for opioids.
Cool.
So she said something like that.
Stavo says, what does it treat?
She says opioid addiction.
AUSA says objection.
They say overruled.
Stavis says you wrote a book in rehab.
The place treats sexual compulsion.
Oh shit.
So it looks like Cassie.
Cassie went to rehab, but it wasn't only for opioids.
She went to rehab for freakiness.
For she was getting sexual compulsion treated.
AUSA says objection.
They do a sidebar.
They come back.
Estavo says, did you get neurofeedback therapy?
Neurofeedback.
therapy. What's that? Neurofeedback therapy is a form of biofeedback that utilizes
electro-encephalography. It's electroencephalography. Okay, I'm still pronounced a little bit bad.
A little bit horrible. Anyway, EEG, to measure the brainwave activity and provide real-time
feedback on individuals, helping them learn to consciously regulate their brainwaves. This therapy
can be used to treat conditions include ADHD, anxiety, depression, and PTSD, as well as insomnia,
learned disabilities, and addiction. Wow.
Hmm.
So it looked like she was getting some brain type of therapy, maybe to treat her nymphomaniac desires.
Like, looked like she was a freak.
Like, she couldn't control it.
Like, she just loved to fuck.
She said, yes.
They said, what is it?
They said, well, they hook something up to your head.
show you things and they see how you react. Were you told the effects of it? She says,
to help with my trauma. Estabov says, or Estabo says, does you participate in EMDR? She says, yes,
what does he do? Memories and processing them. The idea, and this is Estabble saying, the idea is
you recall prior traumatic memories like PTSD. Were you treated for PTSD? She said, yes. Ventura says,
I was still physically developing.
Estabo says you're 22.
Cassie says, women keep developing after 22.
You don't think?
Oh, by the way, this is why it is key to have a woman lawyer.
This conversation could only happen between two women.
If it was a man having a conversation with Cassie here where Cassie says,
if it was a man having a conversation with Cassie where Cassie and Cassie says,
women we develop past 22,
you're not going to believe the male attorney, right?
You're just going to be like,
you're, how are you going to tell a woman about a woman, right?
But if it's two women, it plays well,
they just have a disagreement about it, right?
Estabwe says, you're not suggesting you are still physically developing after 22.
She says, I'm not.
Estabwe says the message is about having a freak off with ketamine, right?
AUSA Johnson says, hey, could I confirm counsel?
So the message is about having a freak off without ketamine.
Oh.
So it looked like Diddy wanted her to stop doing ketamine, right?
The judge says no, but we'll take a break.
The jury leaves more is coming with the jury out.
The judge says, I need a witness list by Sunday 5 p.m.
But this will and other fathers are clearly that a duh, whatever, whatever.
Now here they go on a real break.
They're back.
Estabo says, Mr. Combs wrote,
You're so predictable.
You said you were going to tell him you didn't want to do freakoffs anymore,
but you didn't say it, did you?
She said, I did not.
Estabo says, here you're suggesting freaking off with a girl.
Estabo says, you said you found a photo of Combs with Gina
while you were staying with your parents in Connecticut, right?
She says yes.
So now Gina Hill comes in.
Estavo says you decided to.
to break up with him.
And he didn't threaten you,
but he suggested couples counseling.
She says, I don't know.
Pretty much says, I don't remember.
Gustavo says, so by the way,
this is another, you know, another development.
Look like Cassie was starting to suggest,
hey, let's bring another girl in this.
Now, keep in mind,
we don't know if bringing the other girl would be for Diddy
because it appears that Diddy were cool with only men.
right like did he wanted men um but she looked like and by the way what this helps establish is
that she was a freaky frog she wanted to keep remixing you know i didn't said did he invented a
remix well she wanted to remix the free call okay all right there's too many dicks too many niggas
let's bring a girl up in here let's remix the freak off real quick you know what i'm saying
and um i guess she finds and by the way here's a thing oh this work it could be because of
this reason too she's now finding out
Diddy has other bitches.
And when she finds out Diddy has other bitches to try to compete, she's telling Diddy,
yo, why don't we just bring some of these girls in?
Again, sometimes a woman will want to keep her spot as number one by as long as she feels
like she's a leader.
Oh, bring another girl in.
So maybe that's what was her thought.
We don't know.
All right.
So she finds a picture of Diddy with Gina, breaks up with him.
And they make it a point to say, Diddy never threatened you after you broke up, right?
He's a suggested couple's counseling.
She says, I don't know.
Estabo then says in August 2018, you called it closure conversation.
Mr. Combs was inviting you to Burning Man, right?
Ventura says, yes.
Estabvo says, I'll read Mr. Combs.
I'll read for Mr. Combs.
Mr. Combs says, you have anger.
Ventura says, I wrote, my family knows I'm not running around telling our business.
Ventura then says, I wrote, I don't need.
you to be taken care of Kim and Gina, I needed you to put me first. So it looks like her jealousy
was starting to rise. She was looking at Diddy to say, you're taking care of two other women,
and I don't feel like you're putting me first. It's kind of like this idea that they have a
Swinger lifestyle, which that's Diddy's defense. It seems like it's kind of ringing true because
Cassie's almost, again, Swinger lifestyle doesn't mean necessarily cheating, but it looks like
They're kind of showing that Cassie knew that Diddy had other women.
And Cassie was just trying to fight and do more things to try to be number one, right?
You hear what she says.
I don't need you to be taking care of both Kim Porter and Gina.
I just need you to put me first.
Estabo says, well, please read these.
Ventura says, I wrote, you lied to me.
She never went away.
It was a nail in the coffin.
Estavo says, you mean Gina, the photo?
She says yes.
So basically she's saying that I guess Diddy was.
just like, yo, I don't fuck with her no more.
And that's not true.
Okay, let's keep it going, Chad.
Stavo then says, in your civil lawsuit, you said Mr. Combs raped you in September
2018, right?
After you had dinner at an Italian restaurant in Malibu, right?
She said, yes.
Stavo says, did you meet with the U.S.?
On November 30th?
So did you meet with the feds?
November 30th, 2023.
She says, yes, not the exact date, but yeah, I didn't need it with the government.
Estabvo says in this meeting, you said the rape took place after Mr. Combs returned from Burning Man.
You said he was acting strangely at the dinner.
Ventura says, I don't remember exactly that word.
Estabos says, did you meet the U.S. on April 8th, 2025?
She says, around then.
So I guess this was their meeting pre-trop.
It says the message to FB.
Who's that? Ventura says Frank Black, a name he used. Remember, Diddy's fake name was Frank Black. Her name was Jackie Star. Estabo says he wrote, I'm in an investor conference. We'll get back to this. Do you still have love for him? Ventura says, I have love for the past and what it was. So she hasn't ruled out that she still has love for this.
despite her testifying,
which, by the way,
it goes into my theory here, chat.
I don't told y'all,
Cassie definitely wanted the money.
But Cassie,
I don't think Cassie want to send this thing
to jail.
I think the husband
want to send this thing to jail.
I keep telling y'all,
that nigga wants to see Diddy dead
or in jail for life?
That's the only way you could get past
some of this trauma
that, you know,
as a man,
hearing these things about your girl,
you want that nigga to be dead.
You know what I mean?
You could kind of get over it a little bit better
if you were like, oh, yeah, that nigga would did it dead.
You know what I mean?
So another sidebar.
Estabo comes back and says, yo, you wrote,
I didn't mean to be a bitch.
I just don't get the time.
He writes, just needed you to be positive, correct?
She said, yes.
Stavo says DX-1309.
He says, is this about a yoga instructor?
She said, yep.
Estabas said, what's you right?
Ventura says, I've stopped even caring.
Estabas says, but you did care.
She said, yeah.
Estabas says, so he said, you could date other people.
Let's just talk about it, correct?
Ventura says, yes.
So it looks like they're showing that Diddy was down to let her go.
Diddy was telling her you could date other people.
It's okay.
Remember they went to this burning man to have a closure.
It's almost like a closure trip.
But they continued to have this closing, you know, closure type of energy in messages.
And Diddy was just saying, you know, I guess Cassie's saying, you know, I've stopped caring.
You know, like I'm done with this.
I stop caring.
But then they're asking them and said, did you stop caring?
She's now saying, now I still cared, right?
I still cared.
They said, so when Diddy says you could date other people, he said that, right?
She said correct.
And said, what did you write?
He said, Cassie then wrote,
I do love you.
I would just prefer not being one of your bitches or your girlfriends.
Let's get up tomorrow night.
I'll do studio from six to nine.
So basically, when Diddy,
when Diddy basically says to Cassie,
because I guess Cassie is saying,
you have multiple girlfriends.
I don't want to be one of the multiple girlfriends.
Diddy says to her,
well, you could have multiple boyfriends,
or you could have other guys.
You could date other people.
And Didi says the only thing he says, he said,
let's just talk about it.
So Diddy look like he was down for her to do stuff with other people?
She was saying, and I guess she was like playing chicken,
because she was active, remember, she was like, yeah, I'll stop caring,
but she cared, right?
So now she's like, I love you, but I would just prefer not be one of your girlfriends,
okay?
Estabwe then says he writes, can I hold you,
or are you going to just break up with me?
Estabos says, and you write back, we can embrace.
And then they asked Cassie, you wanted to hug him, right?
Cassie says, that's what I said.
Estabo says, did you have sexual intercourse with Mr. Combs at night?
She said, I did.
Estabo says, and during that, your now husband, FaceTimed you.
So while Diddy is putting, you know what I mean, he's dicking her down type shit,
her current husband
face times her during
the fuck session. Okay?
Estabo says,
your now husband didn't know
you were with Mr. Combs at the time.
Cassie says,
I don't know what he knew.
So basically it looked like what happened
and what they're also establishing
is that Cassie is a habitual liar,
a drug addict and a nimfo.
All of these things that have been
painting really well today and yesterday.
They're saying, you got to remember, her now husband is Alex Fine.
He is the guy who was a trainer that Diddy hired.
So he knew at some point Diddy was with her, but clearly they're trying to establish your new boyfriend thought you broke up with Diddy, right?
That's what they're trying to say.
You're saying your now husband didn't know you were with Diddy at the time, right?
He said, oh, I don't know what he knew.
He said, well, later he discovered it, right?
Now, the AOSA realized, like, this seems more gossipy to kind of like hurt the feelings of the husband.
and kind of calls like, like, where are you going with this?
Objection.
The judge actually overrules it.
Estabo says, you don't or you didn't tell your husband you were raped?
Okay, so I guess they're saying you spoke with your husband or the guy you eventually marry later.
And so why didn't you tell me you were raped?
She said not that evening.
Estabos says after Ms. Porter's memorial service, you wrote to him that you were going home.
why had he called Kim his soulmate?
What was the 11 years all about?
So, by the way, this is 2018 now.
This is around the time of the rape.
So apparently, she was done with all of this, right?
And let's Google it.
So when did Kim Porter die?
Yeah, Kim Porter died in 2018.
Looked like Cassie was severely hurt because she thought she was the number one for Diddy.
she thought Diddy loved her.
Diddy was probably selling her a dream.
She kept asking Diddy for kids.
Kim Porter had kids with Diddy.
Did he probably was going along, buttering her up.
She's thinking she's number one.
She's like the attractive trophy wife that Diddy's bringing to red carpets.
She feels like that's why she keeps doing more and more, freak off, whatever, to kind of edge out these other girls.
The Gina girl comes in.
she starts trying to remix the freak off
You want to do a free call for the girl?
Like Cassie's doing a lot to become the main girl
She thinks she's the main girl
Kim Porter dies
And when, and when Diddy writes
Like this long Instagram post
After her memorial service
Diddy calls her his soulmate
And Cassie is floored
Because now it's like, yo, the 11 years meant nothing
What?
So now.
Now Cassie leaves.
Supposedly that's when they break up.
She breaks up with him.
Did he comes over?
And supposedly that's when the rape happened.
Okay, cool.
So what was it 11 years about?
Yeah, Cassie said, yes.
Estabas says, was that hurtful?
She says at that time, yes.
Estabo says, after the memorial service,
you never saw Combs again.
She said, I did not.
He let you go, right?
I never saw him again.
I don't know about letting me go.
So I guess the rape happened before the memorial service, right?
and the caption must have happened before then too.
Estabos says, you got married to the love of your life, right?
And the judge said, let's break.
They're back.
They're back. Let's get these couple things done before the jury returns.
Estabo says, we think it's appropriate for this message to come in.
AUSA Johnson says we have issues with phrases like, I'd like to reconnect.
AUSA Johnson says, what state of mind is this offered for?
The judge says there are portions that are properly admissible, so this needs to be redacted if it's going to be admitted into evidence.
For example, the fifth paragraph, I've been getting my life together, blah, blah, blah.
Estabos says, all right, we could get that through other exhibits.
The judge says you can redact it right now.
Estabot says, we'll do it right now.
Teni Gargos, Combs, Teni Gargos on exhibits and redactions, says, I want to say that we're finishing the cross.
Then he thought probably before the next break.
Agne Philo says, could I speak with the government for one minute?
The judge says, bring the jury back.
Okay, the jury enters.
Estabal says to Cassi, Ms. Ventura, we're almost done here.
Cassie says, ooh, all right, thank you.
Stabwe says, I will read Mr. Combs' messages.
You're going to make a beautiful mother. God bless.
Cassie said, then I said, thank you.
God bless.
Cassie then says, I wrote, we should talk and have closure.
Estavo says
Combs then sent a tear-faced emoji
He said you were always my ride or die
Ventura says I thought it was nice
Estavo says
You'd been craving that right
Cassie says before
I don't think I was craving it now
So she's saying that
Diddy calls her a ride or die
And it says you were always my ride or die
And that made her feel good
Right that made her feel good
that made her feel good.
Stavo then says,
you shaped you over 11 years, right?
You shaped each other.
Cassie says yes.
Estavo says, your husband's a physical trainer?
Cassie says yes.
Estabo says the house you grew up in Connecticut.
Was it relatively modest compared to mansions?
She says yes.
Estavo says you were preparing to tour
with a Matt Testa.
Ventura says,
yes he's an engineer estobo says once you settle your lawsuit you canceled the tour right
Cassie says yes so basically they're saying how her lifestyle changed after November when she
got the 30 million from or 20 million from dating estabos says because you no longer needed the
money right cassie said that's not the reason why she canceled the tour estabos says after the hotel
video came out you posted an instagram video saying that domestic violence is the
issue, right? Cassie says, yes, I still feel that way. So, oh, remember that? So they're saying even
Cassie was talking to some to just domestic violence, not sex trafficking. This is it right here.
Thank you for love and support. Domestic violence is the issue. It broke me down to someone I never
thought I would be come with a lot of hard work. I'm better today, but I'll be always recovering from my
past. Thank you for everyone that has taken a time to take this matter seriously. My only ask is
that everyone open your heart to believe in victims the first time. It takes a lot of heart to tell people
the truth out of a situation that you are powerless. And I offer my hand to those that are living
in fear. Reach out to people. Don't cut them off. No one should carry this way alone. This healing
journey is never ending, but the support means everything to me. Thank you. Okay. All right.
Estabo says Mr. Combs wrote,
Want to Freak Off One Last Time?
What did you write?
Cassie says, I didn't want it to be the last time.
I wanted to freak off for the first time.
So it looked like Diddy, when it's wrapping up between them,
Diddy's like, yo, you want to do one more freak off for the, you know what I mean?
For the one time?
Cassie was just like, nah, I want it to be the last time, though.
So Cassie looked like she wanted to continue the freak off.
And Stahler says no further questions.
Judge does redirect, right?
So now the AUSA gets back up.
It says, Ms. Ventura, you were shown this message where you ended, right?
I don't want a free call for the last time.
I want it to be the first time for the rest of our lives.
What did you say after that?
Ventura says, yes, I'm horny, just got over a UTI.
AUSA Johnson says you were shown messages today in which you and Sean were kind and loving.
Ventura says yes.
AUSA says, did those period?
ever last. Combs,
objected, judge overrule.
Cassie said, no, they didn't last.
They would be a down swing.
AUSA Johnson says, in what world
did Sean open up to you?
A world of chaos.
In your 11-year relationship,
who did you want to have sex with?
They keep saying this.
Ventura says only him at that time.
AUSA says,
when Sean wrote, seduce me all day, what did you do?
Write about freakoffs.
AUSA says, were you able to cancel work obligations for freakoffs?
Yes, if I was told to.
AUSA says, when you were shooting the move in South Africa and you blocked him, how did he contact you?
Through Mia.
By the way, I think they're putting a bridge through this idea of RICO organization.
and Mia Diddy's former personal assistant.
So now I could imagine Mia's going to come up soon.
By the way, I'll read you guys' donations in a bit.
AUSA Johnson says,
He said he didn't remember hurting you.
Did you believe him?
Ventura says not always, because I knew him.
There were times he was pretty aware of what he was doing.
He's just who he was.
I'd seen him be violent with other people.
AUSA Johnson says,
On the way back from Cairns, what does Sean do?
He played me a video.
By the way, they're actions already.
The AUSA is like doubling up on a lot of stuff.
But I guess they want this to be the last point in the jury hears.
Played a video of me having sex with an escort.
AUSA says, what did he say he do?
Ventura said he said he'll release it.
After AUSA says that when you got in New York, what did Sean ask for?
A freak off or he'll release it.
AUSA Johnson says, when Sean wrote you're ready for tonight.
What did he mean?
A-U-S-A-U-SA says,
What were you afraid he would do if he didn't get that freak-off?
Estabwas says, objection, objection overrule.
Ventura says, I don't know that week.
Judge says, next question.
Johnson says, do you have any doubt that Sean raped you?
Estabwe says objection, they overruled that.
Cassie says, I have no doubt.
AUSA says after Sean raped you on the 18th,
did you later have consensual sex with Sean during which you're now,
husband facetimed you.
She says yes. AUSA
Johnson say why did you
cancel the tour? Ventura
says because after I
followed my civil suit it was overwhelming
addressing the past the way I chose to
was overwhelming. I did not want to go.
Did you plan to file more lawsuits?
She said no.
AUSA Johnson
said would you give back the 20 million
if you hadn't had to do freakoffs?
Estabo says objection.
Judge says overrule.
Ventura says I would give it back to get my agency back.
I guess it means my innocence back, right?
AUSA says, did he beat you during the freakoffs?
She says yes, she starts to cry.
Ooh, okay, this is about to be a drop mic moment.
You can tell.
AUSA Johnson says, were you open the freakoffs at the beginning?
She said at the beginning.
AUSA says, did you tell him when you no longer wanted to do them?
Yes, more than once.
A USA says, what concerns did you have?
about saying no to freakoffs.
She said safety, career, love.
AUSA Johnson says no further question.
Judge says, Ms. Estabo, this is going to be a recross.
Estabo says, wait, hold on, hold on, hold on.
You knew Mr. Combs' sexual preference was these free calls, right?
She said, well, I learned.
Estabo said it was part of being his girlfriend, right?
Cassie says, yeah.
Estabo says, you kept your old device, right?
she says yeah um
this this
hold on it's
uh okay uh
and freakoff videos in this case
so they're saying that cassie kept videos
um
of freakoffs and said they were on
they were all on those devices you kept from 2012
and 2014 she said
I don't know what year
Stavo says you were able to stand at his side
at the Met Gallup being his girlfriend
it gave you access to producers right
She says yes
Beyond Kid Cuddy
What other musicians
Were you put in a studio with
Were you put in a studio with Nicki Minaj?
Yes
There was a fake post saying
Nicky's name got brought up
It's not true
It was only
This was the first time
Nicky's name was ever brought up
Okay cool
It says Estabo says
Were you put in the studio with Little Wayne
Cassie says yes
Were you put in the studio with Rick Rawls
Pusha T
She says yes
She says am I forgetting any names
She says well you've got a lot of names
Estabal says
you're self-conscious about your musical talent.
She says, I wouldn't say that.
Stavo says, you've had a bad performance on one or six to park, right?
She says early in my career.
Stavo says, you did music videos.
Were they successful?
The judge says, can we have a brief sidebar?
Estabwe then comes back and says, D-Rock, was like a member of your family, right?
She said, like a brother.
Estabo says, the assistant, Mia, you also had a friendship with, right?
She says, yes.
Estabo says, okay.
Here you begin an explicit message and he responds with one.
You're actively sexting.
Estabo says you stated that you were feeling overwhelmed after filing your civil lawsuit, right?
She says yes.
Estabo says, well, didn't you receive a settlement from the intercontinental as well?
She says no.
Estabo says, you made a demand.
She says, yes, 10 million.
Maybe.
Anything further?
Okay.
So look like they threatened to sue the intercontinental.
We don't know if she got the money.
We don't know if she got the money.
She made a demand.
Interesting.
Yeah, I don't know if she got the money.
She said she was in talks with them and agreed to the 10 minutes.
Oh, yo, Ditties investigators are goaded.
They brought up something that nobody should know about.
Cassie just got, just agreed to a settlement.
That means somebody from the intercontinental leaked it to Diddy's investigator.
That's lit.
Oh, okay.
So, he said, oh, she didn't receive the settlement yet.
Oh, she didn't receive the settlement.
Okay.
Judge says anything further.
EOSA Johnson.
So this is like a re-redirect.
Says, I have one question.
The judge says, I was asking Mr. Stable.
Could you wrap up in two minutes?
Estabo says, this is the last thing I'll ask you to read.
Cassie, Cassie says, thank you.
And she reads, we need closure and understanding.
AOSA Johnson then goes for her two minutes and says, why did you keep her devices?
Cassie says, I was afraid of what was on them.
I wouldn't take him to the Apple store.
Estabo, and then they go to Estabwe and says, you have one question.
And it says, you just reached a $10 million settlement with the Intercontinental last week, right?
Before trial.
It says, objection.
And they say it's overruled.
Yes.
So the $10 million, she's going to get the $10.
Wow.
Here's the thing.
As part of that $10 million settlement, there's an NDA.
I'm actually surprised they didn't make it even a bigger thing.
There's an NDA.
They should have said relevance, whatever.
Like, what the fuck?
Who cares?
But even though there is relevance.
She has to answer this honestly, though,
because it's a criminal court.
Criminal court trumps everything to do with NDA.
and civil.
Okay.
They're going to bring up a FBI agent.
And the FBI agent is going to be the person who investigated the case.
Wow.
Let's go to...
Let's go to here.
I've got a question for you, Ben.
From Christina.
Do we know if any other victims and how many will be testifying about a...
I want to see the lunchtime like, you know,
feedback of what was going on.
Let me go to live.
Right.
Because she might be
We just want to see the lunchtime shit, right?
Great.
Maybe we didn't get it.
Okay.
Let's go to Fox 5 for Lisa Evers.
Fox 5, New York.
Fox 5, here we go, here,
oh, by the way.
So Cassie's done.
Her lawyer,
her lawyer did do a press conference.
So her civil attorney did do a press conference after she got off the stand.
It's hard to put into words how honored I have been to represent.
This thing is a bag collector.
He secured 20 from Diddy and 10 million from Intercontinental.
This guy secured the back.
Cassie Ventura.
Since we filed her civil complaint in November of 2023,
she has shown such great courage and bravery for,
stepping forward and she has now testified throughout this entire week.
She's done so under the most difficult circumstances,
just about to give birth to her third child,
and under some very difficult circumstances
because of the subject matter of what she testified to.
Putting that aside, she was able to do so poignantly.
She was able to do so graciously.
And there's a very,
real testament to who she is and the support that she has. I have a statement from her and I also
have a statement from her husband, which I'll read in a moment, but before I do, there's a few people
I want to thank. Most importantly, I want to thank my partner Meredith, who's here, as well as the
other attorneys who worked on the case at our firm, including Kat Vask, who's also here.
And I also want to thank, of course, the excellent attorneys in the U.S. Attorney's Office who have really been great lawyers, but also just great people who have made Cassie feel comfortable in the process.
I would also like to thank the court staff who have made our appearance this week easy.
the Department of Homeland Security, the marshals, and with that, I'd just like to read a statement that Cassie just prepared as well as her husband, their two separate statements.
I'll read Cassie's first.
This week has been extremely challenging, but also remarkably empowering and healing for me.
I hope that my testimony has given strength and a voice to other survivors,
can help others who have suffered to speak up and also heal from abuse and fear. For me, the more I
heal, the more I can remember. And the more I can remember, the more I will never forget.
I want to thank my family and my advocates for their unwavering support, and I'm grateful for all
the kindness and encouragement that I have received. I'm glad to put this chapter of my life
to rest as I turn to focus on the conclusion of my pregnancy, I ask for privacy, for me,
and for my growing family. And then I have a statement from Alex Fine.
Over the past five days, the world has gotten to witness the strength and bravery of my wife,
freeing herself of her past.
Yo, shout to the eye, kickchatman. I think my boy Aiden in the chat over there.
Aidan, what up, boy?
you got a burner kick account bro
yeah does aiden have a burner kick account oh
somebody said oh that's not aiden oh i was about to say
what the hell it's been speculation online
surrounding how it must feel for me to sit there and listen to my wife's
testimony i have felt so many things sitting there
oh this is the husband's statement now jesus
i'm glad to put this chapter of my life to rest
as i turn to focus on the conclusion of my pregnancy
I ask for privacy
By the way, yo James Tonic
Thank you for the 150
subs. Holy shit
My boy over here
He dropped in the bag
150 big subs, bro
Everybody, big W for James Tonic
over a kick man
He dropped off 150 subs
Man, that's crazy. Thank you bro.
For me and for my growing
family
And then I have a statement from Alex Fine
Over the past five days, the world has gotten to witness the strength and bravery of my wife, freeing herself of her past.
There has been speculation online surrounding how it must feel for me to sit there and listen to my wife's testimony.
I have felt so many things sitting there.
I felt tremendous pride and overwhelming love for casts.
I have felt profound anger that she has been subjected to sitting in front of her purse.
person who tried to break her.
So to him and all of those who helped him along the way, please know this.
You did not.
You did not break her spirit nor her smile that lights up every room.
You did not break the souls of a mother who gives the best hugs and plays the silliest games
with our little girls.
You did not break the woman who has made me a better man.
I did not save Cassie, as some have said.
You say that is an insult to the years of painful work my wife has done to save herself.
Cassie saved Cassie.
She alone broke free from abuse, coercion, violence, and threats.
She did the work of fighting the demons that only a demon himself could have done to her.
All I have done is love her as she has loved me.
Her life is now surrounded by love, laughter, and our family.
This horrific chapter is forever put behind us, and we will not be making additional statements.
We appreciate all of the love and support we have received, and we ask that you respect our privacy as we welcome our son into a world that is now safer because of his mom.
Thank you, everybody. We really appreciate the media's attention to this case as well. Thank you.
Did you take questions?
I don't know if you took questions. Give me one second. Let me just go.
with this um Douglas Whigdor press conference sorry Douglas wigdoor hold on
let's give me a second chat no I think that's the full thing okay so it was a
little different than we've seen you know on prior days especially for opening
statements um what else we're just trying to recap or get well I guess a black
girl went on the most powerful part of Passy's text
This is Fox 5, not long crimes.
And probably at Lisa Edwards is out then, I guess.
Of all four days that she was on the stand came during questioning about the $20 million settlement she received after that civil lawsuit against Sean Diddy Combs.
The defense tried to imply that money was tight for her at the time and asked her if the reason why she canceled her scheduled tour overseas was because she now had millions of dollars.
She responded by testifying and crying on the stand saying, I'd give that money back if I never had to have free coffee.
If I never had to have freak offs, I would have had agency and autonomy, and I wouldn't have had to work so hard to get it back.
Her husband left the courthouse after sitting through testimony nearly all week listening to his wife detail all the alleged sexual abuse she endured over 11 years.
An audio recording was also played in court of her confronting someone named Sujit, who said they had video on their phone of Cassie pleasuring herself and having sex with someone who wasn't Diddy.
More text between Diddy and Cassie were shown of Cassie showing enthusiastic.
for the freak-offs. Not something she said she wanted to do, but did it to please Diddy as her career took a backseat, saying it became like another job, setting up the freak-offs, preparing for them and recovering from them. Cassio also testified that she went to rehab for opiate addiction and still takes medication for it. One of Cassie's lawyers spoke out after she wrapped testimony.
Everything that she's gone through in the 10 years or so with Sean Combs, her drug addiction and her recovery, to be.
able to come into this courtroom and testify for the last week on these very, um,
to save herself.
Okay.
Let's see.
Yeah, we're just trying to get some more details about, um, her testimony.
I think this is a good time to go to logic, right?
Logic.
So this would be at least the first half of today.
Let's see.
Morning.
Here we go.
This morning was the most explosive.
day of the Diddy trial. We are on day five and it's the second day of
Ditty's ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, who the state alleges was trafficked by
Didi for the vast majority of their 11-year relationship. Now on the first day
of cross things were kind of slow and a lot of people here thought the defense
was making no headway. Today their attack, they've been more on the attack,
less more of an interview style that they had yesterday and today there's but they've
definitely been somewhat more aggressive. Early this morning they played an audio clip where they were
trying to show the hostile side of Cassie and trying to perhaps make her seem a little less charming
than the defense admitted that she was by sharing an audio clip of her yelling at an individual
named Sujit. Now Sujit is someone she mentioned she talked about on direct as a person who
who had told her that he had access to sexually explicit videos of her that someone else had gotten.
And there was speculation this morning that it may have come that that, that Cassie and
Diddy both thought that the trial that the video may have been leaked by Jonathan Odie,
which I'll let you raise your own speculation about that.
Probably was.
But the audio, she sounded, I did not get to hear the audio myself.
I was told by several people here that she sounded very desperate and angry.
and that we don't even know that Sujit is responsible for this video
and that she was threatening that she was going to eff and kill him
I'm going to eff and kill you I won't do it myself I'll have someone else do it
I've never killed anyone before and also asking why are you being like this
if I had something like this I would share it I at least let the other person see it
so the audio they say they said from the people I heard who heard it
claimed, took, had a reaction of, it sounded like a woman who was very desperate about the fact that she was concerned that humiliating video was about to be released publicly.
So whether or not that had any impact on the jury is really anyone's guest.
But if you're looking at the informal jury of the viewers from the, from the trial who were sitting in the gallery,
they seem to think that that was not like an overreaction given the nature of what she was facing in that particular moment and that people say,
I'm going to kill you all the time.
So whether or not that impacted the jury, I don't know.
But the other strategy that the defense has been taking today
is that they have been trying to attack her memory
and trying to relate and convey to the jury
that her memory is not something that is any longer reliable.
And how do they do that?
Well, they brought up the fact that she's been through therapy
where she had neurotherapy and they had electrodes
that she said were basically placed on her head.
and a second type of therapy, which was also designed to try and help her deal with memory issues
and process through that, process through those memories. Now, on the one hand, you can say that
the jury might take that, yeah, that's how much trauma she's sustained as a result of the, of the
defendant. But on the other hand, their objective was to try and say that her memory is not reliable,
specifically with reference to a sexual assault that she alleged happened in August of 2018
near the very end of her relationship with Diddy.
She testified on the direct that he, that after having dinner with him when they were going through their closure period,
and when she brought him into her house, that he attacked her,
and she was screaming no, no, no, as she was being sexually attacked,
and that he finished and left.
And she admitted that a month later,
she engaged in consensual sex with him,
which a lot of people raise eyebrows at,
and when asked that question,
she said, you don't just stop loving someone after 10 years.
Well, that has been the focus of the testimony
and the cross-examination from the latter part of the morning session here.
Specifically, she was questioned about the fact that
in her civil suits,
The defense claims that she wrote that the attack did not happen in August of 2018, but in September.
They also claim that she changed her testimony that she had told the police that it happened in September,
and that's what she wrote in her civil suit, but now she's testifying that it happened in August.
This is consistent with what they were addressing earlier, that her memory is not really reliable.
Or that she's manufacturing her testimony because they say,
after you were shown something by the state a month ago,
now you're coming in here and saying that happened in August.
And they showed further text messages designed to show that even down the stretch,
a month later,
gone or around when she ended up engaging in consensual sex with Diddy,
which what she says was consensual sex,
and the state wants us to believe that all, excuse me,
the defense wants us to believe that there was never any assault at all.
And that never happened.
And they're trying to say, like, there's no implication from any of your text messages afterwards that he assaulted you.
You seem to be completely fine with him and engaged with consensual sex.
At this time, you were dating another man in September of 2018.
And the point being that she was cheating on him with Diddy.
And that Diddy was okay with her dating another man.
And that even while she was out with Diddy,
She did not tell her then boyfriend, now husband, that she was out with him,
and that he tried Face-Toming her while she was out with him,
and asked her, did you have sex with him?
Were you having sex with him while your boyfriend was trying to face-time you?
And she said, I don't remember what we were doing.
I know I was with him when he tried Face-Toming him.
So the objective here is to show that she's not quite the virtuous saint that she seems to have been.
portraying on the stand for the last four days and furthermore that her memory is not trustworthy.
One final point I want to give to you is that they asked him, they were asking her during
this section when they were talking about her feelings for him during that down that stretch.
After the, after the alleged sexual assault, they said, did you hate him?
And she said, no. They said, do you hate him today?
and she said no they said and she responded today so I expect that the defense is certainly going to try and bring that up in their closing arguments that she said I love for the time that we had
implying that she was consenting to all of the activity that the state is saying was that the state wants to label as trafficking
and I think that that was potentially a very big win for the defense,
that they very least got that quote out of her.
The attorney was wise enough not to dig any further
and allow her to distinguish between the good times and the bad times,
the cheating and the non-them she enjoyed and some of them she hated.
Okay, all right.
We were just trying to get some more sources about what the fuck happened.
I think we kind of got it.
And by the way, that's the ending of Cassie's testimony, right?
so uh yeah Sean Combs legal team is it seemed like that means I guess and it just
videos and if someone's not in court oh actually I wanted to hear this again it wasn't 20 but today
she's been very calm very measured especially considering the audio clip that we heard of her
threatening to kill someone I looked over at the jury box because I was wanting to hear
their reaction as we're hearing in real time, her voice threatening several times to kill someone
because she's concerned about this freakoff video and the jurors were shot. I saw the eyebrows raised,
I saw them listening and I think to hear her voice in court and see how calm and measured she is
and then to hear that side of her. Again, it was in 2014 that this audio clip was something that she
recorded, but clearly she's threatening someone who she thinks might release a freak off video
and she's worried about it.
And the person that she was threatening
was one of Diddy's associates?
Correct.
Okay.
So you saw the juror's reactions
to that audio tape.
What was Diddy's reaction?
What was Cassie's own reaction
when she heard her audio?
She just kind of looked down.
I mean, she wasn't,
and it was hard for me.
I had to literally,
I have a great shot of the jury
in terms of where I'm sitting.
I can see Sean Combs.
I have to sort of raise up
to look at Cassie Ventura,
but she seems to be very calm.
I mean, I think she knows
that some of this evidence was going to come out.
So she's answering the questions, yes, no,
when she doesn't remember something,
she's very clear about that.
But the prosecution,
the defense has been trying to poke some holes
into the testimony she gave about the alleged rape
that she said took place
toward the end of their relationship.
How are they trying to poke holes
in that alleged rape that took place?
The deadline.
They're looking at the timeline.
They're asking her questions,
well, was it this time or that time?
They're also looking at around that same time she was still talking to or dating, as she says, her now husband, Alex Fine.
So they're trying to really, in many ways, I think what they're trying to do is question her credibility.
So Cassie was asked about receiving a FaceTime from her now husband while she was having sex with Diddy.
Is that again the case of the defense trying to poke holes in her story?
I think that's where it goes back to how much can we trust this person because they're entering evidence with phone records.
and different things to show, well, you were with this person at this time or you sent that message,
but yet you were dating this person.
You know, this is about a criminal enterprise, and there are several elements to that
that don't necessarily speak to if she was in bed with Diddy or if she was facetiming her now husband.
So I think they're trying to use what they can, again, to discredit her overall as a witness,
because this is also about beyond a reasonable doubt.
Right. Diddy's personality, his temper has come up, and today his own defense lawyer said, could it have been his bipolar disorder? What was the reaction in the court?
Right. So again, this is the moment where the prosecution's asking Ventura about testimony that she gave.
I didn't see a reaction, so to speak, from the jurors necessarily when this issue came up.
But again, it speaks to these mood swings that they've been talking about that he has,
that Ventura has said one minute he could be nice and he could be kind.
But with the drugs and with the alcohol, it was a completely different person.
The prosecutors are hoping that Cassie's testimony wraps up today.
They're afraid she's going to go into labor over the weekend.
What are you hearing inside of the courtroom and rumblings as to whether or not she will be wrapped up today?
And what would happen if she doesn't finish her testimony?
What would happen to the case?
To watch someone who is that far along in their pregnancy, breathe, kind of take their time, ask for breaks.
It's not shocking that they want to get her off this stand so she can focus on having her third child.
Even more text messages are being revealed today.
And one text message in particular, Cassie writes,
I'm lost without you.
How damaging was that text message?
Honestly, Rachel, there have been several text messages
where she shows that she wants to be with Sean Combs
for the rest of her life.
We know now that she called herself Cecee for Cassie Combs.
We know now that she wanted to have a child with him.
She saw herself as a wife.
So to say those things at this point
is not that surprising.
But even the defense ended their argument
with a text message from 2012,
which appears to show Combs saying,
I want to do our last freak off.
And then she says something to the effective,
I don't want it to be our last freak off.
I want it to be the first for the rest of my life.
That's what she said.
But what was so interesting is on redirect,
the prosecution showed the context of that text
where she then says,
I don't want to do freakoffs anymore.
That's the headspin right there.
It is.
And I think you could feel that energy in the courtroom.
Right.
Because I looked over at one of my colleagues
and I, like, did I write this down correctly?
So yeah, I mean, but that's sort of what makes this case so interesting because you have someone who was in this long-term committed relationship and they say they had breaks at times, but 11 years is not something to sneeze at.
And that was a long time that they were together, but it was complicated, it's complex, but Cassie Ventura maintains throughout that she really didn't want to do these freak-offs that she just wanted to be with Sean Combs.
We're anticipating that on Monday, Don Richard will be taking the stand.
What might we expect to hear from her testimony?
So Don Richard, oh, they're calling a Don Rashad.
Okay.
She didn't take the stand yet.
I think we kind of got all the angles.
I think we could probably move on to this investigator's side of things.
I'm Carlos.
We'll kind of look around.
Huh.
I want to go shopping on some ditty shit, huh?
I want to see if there's any videos of them going.
in the courtroom, this and third.
Oh, my God, don't tell me the platform.
This is, okay.
All right, so let's get back into it.
This is now, we have Cassie off the stand,
and now we have a special agent
that's going to take the stand,
then Don Rashad, if you want to call it that.
So why is this, it's a,
so we object to the testimony of the witness
after special agent.
Don Richard.
What?
So why is this coming?
up at 3.30, blah, blah. It's a good afternoon. Where do you work? So this is now special agent
Yassin Binda, HSI, in the human trafficking group. I'm in crisis negotiation group as well.
AUSA says, did you serve subpoenas in this case? Agent Binda says, yes. When Sean Coles was arrested,
where did you go? They say it's in a Park Hyatt Hotel, Room 2115, where you were staying.
There were photos of the entrance shown to the jury. It says, what did you do? We assigned a letter
to each room and began to search.
So what was your role?
I took photographs of items.
I signed them on the 605-1 form.
So what was found in the closet?
It said there was photos of plastic bags full with J&J baby oil and Astroglide.
Are you fucking kidding me?
Wait, no fucking way.
No way.
Yo, did he got to be an idiot?
Yo, if your house gets raided and they're running it in the media
that they found a thousand bottles.
of baby oil at your house.
My nigger,
why the fuck would you still be having baby?
You know they're trying to run a narrative, my nigga.
Like,
I don't care if you're using it for ashen this,
nigga, I'm gonna be ashy now.
Bro, they found the same shit.
Oh, Diddy really was still thinking he on top of the world.
Remember, they raided his mansions in Miami and L.A.
They found a thousand balls of baby oil.
And then when he gets arrested months later,
They find more baby oil in the hotel that he was staying in.
And they find lube and ecstasy.
So basically saying this nigger was still doing freakoffs
while he was preparing for the indictment.
This is crazy.
It says what was found in the bathroom?
Several bottles of baby wool.
So did he really on some shit like he want to see everybody glisting?
He says, AUSA says the bedroom.
What would you find, Louis V bag?
He says a medication in the name of Frank Black.
So basically, the story is coming together.
Did he was using this moniker, the pseudonym, Frank Black.
It says, uh, hold on.
Uh, I just Pluto craning like a hole.
I can hear him.
Oh, my God.
I'm going to have to go get him and say.
Um, AUSA says, and what is this?
It says bags of pink powder found in the medicine bottle.
So the stipulation showed agreeing that it was found
and tested by Customs and Border Lab Patrol Lab.
AUSA reading from the strip,
this pink powder was found to be ketamine and MDA,
MDMA, ecstasy in the bottle.
The physical evidence has passed around to the jury.
So what was found in the black mini backpack?
It says $9,000.
It said, please take the cash out the bag.
They does, and they're fanning out the bills.
So Did he had 9,000 in cash?
Had drugs, Astroglide, baby oil, even at the last moment of freedom.
AUSA says no further questions.
The judge says, any cross?
Tenny Garago says in the hotel, so Tenney is back up.
She says in a hotel room, did you see any bags in clothing in dieting, indicating that women were staying there with him?
Agent Bend that says yes.
The judge says the U.S. may call his next witness.
It looks like they rest after one question, right?
So they're like, all right, you know what?
Y'all got it, brother.
Y'all got it, right?
AUSA says, yo, the government calls Dawn Richard.
And Dawn Richard takes a stand.
It says, where are you from?
Don Richard says, I'm from New Orleans, Louisiana.
AUSA says, from 2004 to 2011, who do you work for?
Puff, Sean Combs.
AUSA says, do you see him?
She says, yes, pointed them out.
AUSA says, who's the picture?
in his photo. She says Cassie in 2009, did you observe an incident between Puff and Cassie?
Dawn Richard said she was attacked by Sean Combs and kicked. AUSA says, do you see more
violence against Cassie? Did you see more violence by him against Cassie? She says often,
a photo of ditty dirty money was shown. AUSA says, when were you a member of this group? She says
from 2009 to 2011. AUSA says the incident in 2009 when Sean Combs.
B. Cassie, where was it? Says in Sean Combs, L.A. home, we were recorded. What did he do?
He was saying, where the fuck is my food? He grabbed a black skillet with eggs and tried to hit her over the head.
Cassie dropped to the ground. So what did she do? She went into the fetal position.
Then what? Don Richards says, Sean Combs was kicking her in the head and body, then dragged her up to the first floor.
Glass was breaking and there was yelling. I was scared for her and for me too. Did you intervene?
Don Richard says no. AUSA says, did you call police? She says no. AUSA says the next day, what happened? Donn Richard says that it had been passionate and she was okay, that it would be better if we didn't talk, that people could come up missing. AUSA says, how did you understand that? Don't Richard says death. What? Agnophilia says objection. They have a sidebar. Back from sidebar, the judge says, jurors, you could leave for the weekend, watch the Yankees, play the Mets or the Knicks if you're not into the
sports, there's a lot going on, basically saying, just don't look into things discussed in the case.
See you Monday.
Okay?
Uh, the judge says, Mr. Richard, you could leave.
The judge says about this line of testimony, not Mr. Richard, it should be Mrs. Richard, right?
Because it's Dawn Richards.
It's about this line of testimony.
Uh, Comey says this shows consciousness of guilt for count one and relevant to count one.
Agnophilia says it's not sex trafficking.
It's domestic violence.
The judge says, why didn't you bring a motion in limeline on this?
Agnifilia says, I did not know.
Agnifilio says, we can't sit here and say Ms. Ventura did anything because of this event
because she didn't talk about this one.
So it's ranked speculation.
The judge says, but she was there.
Agnifilio says she doesn't know the effect on Cassandra Ventura.
The judge says, who are the next witnesses?
AUSA says, Carrie Morgan and David James.
Wow. Okay. Carrie Morgan, David James, David James, David James. Who's David James?
Oh, oh, that was an assistant. That was an assistant.
Hmm. Now, there's two ditty assistants that's going to testify against him, Mia and David James.
Mia and David James are testifying against him. Interesting.
To witness. Okay. So we were caught up. Cassie's off the state.
Donn Richards is still on the stand.
Baby oil, candles.
Also seen a baby oil came up a couple of times.
In this instance, Cassie said there was a baby pool filled with oil.
Said during a freak off, they would fill an entire baby pool with baby oil.
Cassie says that they specifically used Johnson and Johnson brand baby oil that she would get from a drug store.
And in this exchange, the defense attorney says, quote, just to clarify information not
in the record.
There were no drugs in the baby oil, correct?
To which Cassie replies, not the ones, no.
Then the attorney says, no, never in your experience, right?
To which Cassie says, no.
The defense attorney says, quote,
if you took drugs, you always took them orally, right?
And Cassie says, yeah.
And the defense attorney then says,
you testified yesterday that you would heat up the baby oil,
right?
And Cassie says, correct.
That's a key exchange, not just because it
paints a picture of just how much baby oil it would take to fill up a small pool and that they
heated it up for a freak off. But in October of last year, a civil suit was filed by a victim who
went by Jane Doe, who claimed that the baby oil that was found in Combs's house was laced with the
date rape drug, GHB. Now Cassie testified yesterday that she has tried different drugs during her
relationship with Combs, including GHB. Here's the exchange. The defense says, quote, it was a
special time to also experiment with different drugs, right? And Cassie replies, we definitely experimented
with different drugs. Yeah, the defense then says, quote, and some took and some didn't, right?
Cassie answers, yeah, the defense says you tried psychedelics, right? Uh-huh, Cassie says, and GHB asks the defense,
and Cassie says yes, as well as she admits to doing ketamine. So GHB is something that Cassie says
she took, but it wasn't, to her knowledge, laced in the baby oil.
Another text shows that Cassie would go to drugstores, not just for baby oil, but for candles,
saying, quote, I'm going to Duane Reed to grab candles, and I'm going home to pack us a bag.
Do you want my reg, clothes, BTW, or just sweats?
Then I can go check in and set up the room.
I'll eat, take my vitamins, L.O.L. and get ready before I leave the house.
just want to know what you're thinking.
After the testimony Cassie first gave
about the alleged abuse she suffered
at the hands of Combs during their relationship,
you do wonder what these messages,
showing that she would be part of setting up the freak-offs,
whether they have an impact on the jury's perception
of this relationship after what Cassie first told them.
The text messages show that Cassie did a fair amount
of shopping herself for these freak-offs.
The defense presented her text messages
of her going to sex stores,
like a place called pleasure chest,
where she said she would get sexual supplies,
lubricants, and outfits.
And you can also see in this part of the transcript,
the defense points out that Combs apparently volunteers
to go to a store to buy supplies,
and they say, quote,
in fact, there were many occasions in which he was picking up supplies
for the freak off, right?
And Cassie answers, quote, he picked up supplies.
Yeah, that is another defense attempt
to make the freak off seem more consensually planned than...
Important for the defense because what they need...
Hmm.
These are...
So finally we get the first set of transcripts.
Hey, by the way, Chris Black, think of the five.
He says, act love the consistency.
I'm going to read donations in a second.
Justin Bieber spoke about what?
I don't really...
I don't have legal guardianship of him,
but for the next 48 hours, he's with me.
So, um...
And we're gonna go full, buck full, crazy.
We're going crazy.
Crazy.
When Sean Diddy Combs' properties were raided in March of 2024,
there was a lot of speculation about what might be found inside
and whether it would be connected to any of his celebrity friends and acquaintances.
As Homeland Security agents poured out of his mansions in L.A. and Miami with boxes full of electronics,
there were rumors that if Combs filmed his elaborate sex performances called freak-offs or other parties,
there could be video evidence of possible criminal activity.
And the celebrity at the center of a lot of rumors, warranted or not, was Justin Bieber.
But now, during week one of Combs' criminal trial, the singer has officially responded to allegations that Combs may have abused him as he was coming up in the music industry.
We're going to talk about that right now.
Welcome to Sidebar, presented by law and crime.
I'm Jesse Webber.
He was discovered when he was just on charge.
Among Sean Combs' victims, there are individuals, Z, quote,
although his comb sex trafficking, the biggest rumors that has been hanging over the entire Diddy
saga was, and is, was Justin Bieber a victim of his alleged predatory and inappropriate behavior?
Well, I'll tell you what, now as week one of Combs' sex trafficking and racketeering trial comes to a close,
Justin Bieber's camp is finally responding.
So his representatives told TMZ, quote,
Although Justin is not among Sean Combs' victims, there are individuals who are genuinely harmed by him.
Shifting focus away from this reality detracts from the justice these victims rightfully deserve.
So to talk about this, I want to bring back on former federal prosecutor Nima Romani.
Nima is so good to see you.
Wow.
So look like, you know, Justin clears his name, but he's not picking up for Diddy.
He's actually almost saying that, yo, Diddy is a monster.
He's just saying, I'm just not going to lie and say the nigger fucks me or some shit.
All right.
Let's talk, Diddy again.
It is a smashing day for the defense.
I think that they're doing a great job on the cross-examination of Cassie.
Getting her to admit things without getting too aggressive, really doing a nice job,
as well as confirmed that it was a female attorney that was doing the cross-examination.
She gave her the light hand of, hey, you're a very beautiful woman.
you are a star in your own right, really complimenting her to make her feel comfortable before
they start to get her to admit to a lot of things that are actually helping the defense greatly,
that they were swingers, that there were certain times that she enjoyed things,
that there were certain times that she did certain things, that all these different things
that she's admitting to because she feels more comfortable.
And the way that the cross-examination is going is really, really, really.
helping the defense and it's the smartest way to do it. Really, this is not someone who you want to get
aggressive with right off the bat, which I think they probably will end up getting a little bit
aggressive with her on some of the questions, but a lot of the questions are very soft-handed because
you know she's going to admit to a lot of these things. So there's no reason to have her fight it.
So they opened with a lot of soft questions like, you know, you're a star and you were a real
important person and build her up, build her up, build her up, build her up, and then get her to admit that
they were swingers, that she watched him have sex with women, that she watched him do certain
things. So it starts to undermine and undercut what the government is trying to do here. And it really
puts an exclamation mark on where is the line here, where she didn't enjoy things, where she did
enjoy things where he would have known that what he was doing was against her will, the drugs
that were being taken, the red carpets that she was on, the sex that she was arranging for
herself. Really nice job so far. And I think that, like I said before, this is setting the tone
for how the defense is going to keep going in this case. All right, let's talk to Ditty again.
It is a smashing day for the defense. Okay. All righty then.
I would have to twist circumstances.
Okay.
Yeah, so again, what we're waiting for are a few things, right?
It looks like the government has chosen to not give their second lead witness,
which is going to be Jane Doe.
So she didn't follow up Cassandra Ventura.
We saw an investigator who basically wanted to show the continuing pattern of Diddy still
having materials for a freakoff.
This is why also RICO is important
because an overt act is going to be having a baby oil.
Now having baby oil, that's not illegal.
But if it's now a tool that's being used
in a sex trafficking sexual context,
yes, to show that you continue to have baby oils
and astroglyze and those drugs
is going to show that Diddy has been...
You got to remember,
Rico is for conspiracy
But to show a conspiracy
In a racketeering sense
You have to show a pattern
And you establish a pattern
When you show that this person
Keeps doing the same type of things
The same type of things over and over again
Did he keeps with the baby oil
Got baby oil at the crib
They get seized, he'll get some more
Yo
Astroglide, he'll go get some.
more. So that's kind of what it is, right? Interesting. Let me get this guy on the end of the day.
Day five at the Diddy hearing and we just concluded the testimony of critical witness Cassie Ventura.
You're likely aware of the fact that Cassie Ventura is a longtime girlfriend of Diddy dating on and off for a
period of 11 years in 2007, 2018 and she was one of the two individuals that the government is
claiming was trafficked by Diddy.
We were in the middle of the second day of cross when we broke for lunch.
And after lunch, there wasn't much headway that the defense managed to get in trying to break down her story.
The one nugget that they got from her is she admitted that the videos, that the government introduced as exhibits,
which were actual videos from the infamous freakoffs, came from her own broken cell phone devices and broken laptops.
And the defense made the point
So remember the idea that
Diddy was the one who was saving the videos
Because he was such a freak and a creep
We get to realize Cassie who claims
She's traumatized by the events
She had the videos
However she tried to explain why she had the video
She said, uh, I didn't want to bring to the Apple store to get rid of it
And I was too scared to go look at what was on them
I guess
But she knew what was on him
Because she turned it over to the cops
Those videos were from 2012 and 2014.
Isn't that correct?
Yes.
And you were still holding on to them a decade later.
Isn't that correct?
Yes.
Well, that was a point that would be brought up and addressed on redirect.
I just want to read to you the final question that was asked on cross.
And that was a text exchange between Diddy and Cassie,
where Diddy said, you want to freak off one last time?
And she responded, what?
And he said, you can't read?
And she said, I don't want to freak off for the last time.
I wanted to be the first time for the rest of our lives.
And she said, that's what it says.
And the defense said, no further questions.
Well, right away, the state on redirect jumped up and said, let's read a little bit further there.
And they read further text exchange messages where she is explaining to Diddy that she is feeling emotional, that she's getting off of her meds and that she just was dealing with a, you know,
UTI and that she never wants to have another freak off again.
They also addressed the issue with respect to the cell phone saying,
why did you hold on to those broken cell phones for 10 years?
And she said, I knew there were videos on there and I was afraid I couldn't take it to an Apple
store because I was afraid that someone would find the videos on there and I, and I didn't,
I wasn't able to get a chance to delete them.
So she was afraid to have them fall into the public's hands.
The state did a fairly strong job.
of buttressing up whatever issues they felt was was knocked into her testimony and the
really key thing that they landed was they were talking about the incident
that happened when they were when she was flying back with from from Khan to New
York and they had just gotten into a big fight while they were in Khan while in Khan
while in Khan did he accused her of stealing drugs from him and got very angry
with her threw her off a boat and then they were at a premiere together and he was
allegedly squeezing her leg like really hard throughout the movie and then when they were
flying home she tried moving seats away from him after she moved seats away from him
he followed after her and got and managed to sit next to her and she said for the
entire flight from khan to New York that he opened up his laptop and was playing
a video of her freakoff right there on the place
in front of everyone and or anyone who would who would pass by at the very least and that he
threatened her that if she if she doesn't do what he wants he's going to release those videos and
the and so this incident was brought back up it came up initially on direct came back up on
cross and now on redirect the state brought up and said what did you do that night when you got back
from Khan. We did a free call. And why did you do that? Why did you do that? Because I was afraid.
And what were you afraid of? Well, I was afraid he was going to release videos if I didn't do what he wanted.
And was there anything else? I was also afraid he was going to get angry. And what happens when he gets
angry? When he gets angry, he gets violence. Now, that was the first real time. That's really the
the first incident that Cassie specifically identifies this is a night that I'm
spent engaged in those encounters where I did not want to do it and the only
reason she did it was because she felt that she had no choice she talks
throughout her testimony about how she was coerced and compelled but it
often is laced in with this aspiration of getting Diddy to show her love and
spend time with her and that might make it difficult for the jury to actually
convict him of trafficking however at least now the state has an opportunity to
point to no less than one night that we know for certain that she was that she felt compelled
based on his conduct earlier that day she felt compelled to perform in a freak off and engage in a
sexual encounter with a stranger she also said that she never wanted to have sex with any other
man throughout the relationship during the entire time other than Sean and that she was continually
seeking and craving attention exclusively from him and that she never wanted to be with any of these
other men and that was designed to displace the notion that the defense was trying to plant
in the minds of the jury that she was some kind that she was sexually adventurous or was looking
to engage in these adventures for her own personal benefit now the on recross there was
I should tell you there was an electric moment which made the entire audience gasp and they
gasped harder on this than anything I saw throughout the
five days that we've had trial so far. And that is that on Rick Ross, the defense brought up
and asked her if she is expecting any more money out of this, out of this case. Now on redirect
and on direct, she had said she stands nothing to gain from this case, that she has nothing
pending, she has no lawsuit pending, she stands nothing to gain on the outcome of this case.
And that's a critical thing that the prosecution will frequently ask witnesses in order to help show that they're not tainted by some sort of financial bias or an incentive that if they help in a conviction here, it's going to, it's going to help them personally.
And she had said, she had said both times that, no, I have nothing to gain here.
But the shock and gasp came from when she was asked about whether she had a lawsuit with the Intercontinental,
and she admitted that she did sue the Intercontinental, and she asked if she got paid money from the Intercontinental,
and she said, no.
And then the follow-up from the defense was, were you anticipating any money?
And she said, yes.
And she was asked how much?
She's like, I'm not sure.
Can you ballpark it?
And she said, around $10 million.
dollars that caused the entire room to gasp now then there was another redirect a second redirect
where the state brought back up and said but you stand nothing to gain from this case is that not true
yes you have nothing pending yes so whatever the outcome here everything is exactly the same for you
yes and then there was one last question from the defense before she was able to step down and that was
when did you reach your settlement with the Intercontinental? Wasn't that last week? And she said, no,
it was a couple of weeks ago, maybe a month. And just when that question was asked, I'll tell you,
that the room I was in, which is not the, it's not the courtroom, it's a viewing room for men for
journalists and reporters are those interested in who want to follow in the case. There was a very
loud gasp of shock from the entire room. Now, does that affect her testimony? That's for the jury
to decide. Does that, does that implicate anything? Does that mean that she was not trafficked?
From a legal perspective, you would think that it doesn't have any impact on this case.
But we need to recognize the fact that the law and legal impact does not necessarily translate
into how people feel emotionally. So I'll let you weigh in. Do you think the fact that
that she got $20 million from Diddy and $10 million.
Additional $10 million from the intercontinental should have any impact on this.
Please drop a comment below.
I don't know if it should have impact, but I think you are going to think about that.
I think you are going to think about it.
Now, I mean, there would be an idea of maybe she would like to see a conviction
because the liability of those who were in or around this idea of her being trafficked,
they basically owe her or they could be sued, even though she said that she has nothing more to gain.
It's clear that she's still collecting a bag or she's down to collect a bag because they sent a
demand letter and they supposedly got a settlement as late as a couple weeks ago.
So again, I guess you would definitely wait.
it. I'm not sure because she got a 10 million from an intercontinental if I'm just thinking about
that one fact and do you believe her? I don't think you take that one fact and be like,
you can't believe her now. So we will see, man. We will see. Okay. Did, did Miran talk about
this? I know Marron was in court. Yeah, so after this, we're going to go to another subject. I think
we've been dittied out really

every angle from this Diddy and Cassie case, week one is now concluded.
If you asked me if I had to score week one,
if I had to score week one, what would I score it?
I would say ditty's up.
I would say this was, if we're scoring them like rounds,
I think this is a 10-9 for Diddy.
I think obviously some of the details are jumping off the page
because we're seeing a lifestyle that we're not probably into
or we're seeing a non-traditional sexual lifestyle.
However, I have to say,
I think Diddy's team is doing a good job of showing that Cassie was consensual
with wanting to do this at a large majority of the time.
It was her idea a bunch of times.
And also he gave her a lot of opportunity to leave
when he finally was done with her.
He had no threats.
And yes, he had a temper.
They both had a drug problem.
They both were getting high together.
They both were violent.
I think those things helped Ditty in a RICO sex trafficking case
as opposed to if it was just domestic violence.
Cassie Ventura has a...
Oh, here we go.
This is what I was looking for.
Can you talk?
This was a freak off video.
More today about what was inside...
inside the hotel room and heard striking testimony from Don Rashard.
I'm going to be breaking down what happened in today's courtroom with Elizabeth Milman,
Law and Crimes reporter who was inside to hear and see it all.
Welcome to Sidebar.
Presented by Law and Crime, I'm Jesse Weber.
Well, after four days of harrowing testimony, Cassandra Ventura has finally stepped down from
the witness stand in Sean Diddy Combs' federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial.
And her account that spanned allegations of physical abuse, rape, coercion, alleged freakoffs,
even this purported $20 million settlement, this painted quite a picture of their decades-long
relationship.
And it gives the jury a lot to think about.
And I've got to say, I think it made this case a whole lot grayer, particularly after the
cross-examination.
So we're going to break down everything that we learned from today's proceedings, day five,
of this bombshell trial.
and also what we can expect to come.
So to help me do that, I want to bring back on Long Crimes Reporter,
who has been inside that courtroom for every second of these proceedings.
Elizabeth Milner is back with us.
Elizabeth, so good to see you.
First of all, I got to say, before you came out to do your hit,
there was a little bit of, like, commotion out there.
Basically, there's a lot of people watching this case.
There's a lot of people outside that courthouse.
Can you briefly explain to us what the action?
atmosphere is like both inside and outside the courtroom. It feels like that is the scene.
That's the epicenter right now. Absolutely. And, you know, look, there's been a lot of public
interest in this case, not just from us in the media, but also those who just either want to get a
glimpse of Diddy himself, want to get a glimpse of Diddy's family. And so there is never, you know,
just not enough people from the public who are here outside that courtroom. When I came outside
today just to chat with you, Jesse, I walked outside and all of a sudden I saw a woman with kind of hair
extensions in her hair. She was yelling back and forth with a man. A man was yelling at her was
pretty intense. I didn't know kind of what was going on, but a lot of people were crowding
around them. I walk across the street and all I see are free Diddy T-shirts, which is very
surprising. Something I didn't see when I entered the courtroom this morning, but that was very
early this morning. So maybe a lot of people were realizing it's a Friday. Let me go into the
courthouse. Let me see what's up and let me just see if I can get a glimpse. Because some people
are still under the assumption. Diddy just walks out of the courtroom every day, but that's not the
case. He still goes back to MDC Brooklyn every night, every day after trial. But for the most part,
they're still kind of a busy scene. Even right behind me, a lot of people kind of crowding around.
Either the media is going to be out there. It's people with cameras, their cell phone cameras,
actual physical cameras as well, too, just trying to get a glimpse of what all this action is.
Because, you know, even with us in the media, the cameras still go all the way down the block.
You can think of pretty much every big legacy station that is here at the courtroom covering this.
case, you can think of podcasts. You can think of YouTubers and influencers who just want a piece of this action to see what this proceeding is like to see the trial of Diddy because that's exactly what is happening. As far as inside the courtroom today, as far as the mood goes and everything like that, it was another highly anticipated day because we are wondering how the cross-examination of Cassie Ventura would continue as far as those who were there to support Diddy today. Again, it was definitely a different scene than it was. The first,
couple of days of trial in that, you know, his daughters aren't there anymore. His mother wasn't there.
But, you know, just I do want to say as far as why they're not there, a source did tell me it's
because the twins are about to graduate. It is graduation season. It's prom season. So they did
fly back home in order to attend to those events. But as far as the support system that did he
did have inside the courtroom, it was his sons, his three adult sons who were inside that courtroom
today, Quincy, Justin Combs, Christian Combs. And then as far as Cassie's support system,
them inside that courtroom today. You had a attorney, Doug Wooddur, inside that courtroom,
Cassie's mother inside that courtroom, her brother, and then of course her husband, Alex Fine.
And so a lot of people just in general were anticipating where this cross-examination would go,
how the government would come back from the cross-examination, especially, you know, after seeing
a bunch of text messages that were either about, you know, them being in love together or the
sexually explicit messages that were talked about at nauseam today. But that was kind of the
mood in the atmosphere as far as kind of what's going down here at the federal courthouse.
Now we've said this before, I'll say it again. There are no cameras allowed in this courtroom,
unfortunately. There's no recording devices or transcribing devices that are allowed.
But if they were, you know how much applaud no pin, like, insanity? Who took the San 2
subs? If you actual cross-examination, and by the way, there was two other witnesses
who took the stand-two that are very, very pivotal to this case, which we'll get to.
So overall, real quick, what did you notice from the jury today?
What was their demeanor?
Anything catch your attention about them?
I know it's so hard to try to read what they're doing,
but anything you can tell us about the jury?
Yeah, it's always hard to kind of read them,
especially from where I was sitting inside the courtroom today.
So I got that angled view, which means I got a lot of the back of their head.
So I saw a lot of them for the most part doing what they've been doing all weeks,
something that the judge even noted.
attention. They were paying attention. They were jotting down notes. They were looking at exhibits.
Again, still doing that tennis match between either looking at Anna Maria Esteveo doing the cross-examination,
then looking at Cassie or they're just focusing on Cassie. But there are still, as far as what
I could see from the jury, it doesn't seem like they're bored of this case maybe just yet. But for
the most part, they are being very attentive. As the judge pointed out today, they're coming in on time.
They are ready to serve on this jury. And they have been very, they have been very,
paying very close attention to everything that's going on.
And that's interesting you say that because yesterday,
I think you were saying during the cross-examination,
they looked a little checked out maybe.
I was wondering maybe it was they understood where the defense's case was going,
was it a bit too repetitive.
But I felt today's cross-examination was different.
I'll tell you, one of the things that everybody's been talking about
while you've been in the courthouse was apparently this audio recording,
This audio recording that was played of Cassandra Ventura where she was apparently quite angry.
This is interesting because in a case where the defense is trying to characterize everything that Cassandra Ventura allegedly went through was consensual and that Diddy's actions are being mischaracterized as criminal.
What was this audio tape? What was the value of this audio tape? What did the jury hear?
Well, the value of the audio tape seemed pretty great to the defense. It was from 2014.
there was an audio recording between Cassie and somebody that she had worked with named Sujid.
Now, Sujit's kind of important to Cassie's story because Sujid had told Cassie he had an
sexually explicit video of her on his phone that somebody had told her, told him about this video.
And so she confronted Sujid about this because she had initially thought this was a freakoff
video and just wanted to know where he had gotten this video.
How did this video come into his possession?
And so the audio was, I think, kind of a pretty,
pretty bombshell moment this morning with the testimony goes because when you're listening to
Cassie on the stand she is very soft-spoken she is very quiet and she is very calm cool and collected
when she's answering questions but under this audio you could tell and this was you know more than 10
years ago at this point but you could tell she was very um very upset while trying to confront
sujid about essentially this sexually explicit video so it was taken in atlantic city and then the
defense had to kind of point out during this time did he was all the way in california but
Cassie had told Sujid on this audio recording, we'll figure it out and asked him.
So you saw a video of me pleasuring myself.
And Sujit said that he did have the video and he had this video on her phone.
And Cassie says, well, it's not me pleasuring myself because you said somebody else was in the room.
And Cassie repeatedly had asked, can I see it?
Can I see it?
Can I see it?
Then she goes into, and this is probably the part that kind of may have worked in the defense's favor.
She says, I will kill you.
I will kill you.
I'll put you in a desert.
I will cut you.
She says, I'll get somebody else to do it because you're effing with my life.
She had said that, you know, this sugar honey iced tea is not cool.
And you can take the first letters of those entire words to see what I'm talking about.
But essentially it was just kind of her screaming as she confronted Suja about this sexually explicit video I talked about during the lunch hour.
You know, I can understand why she would be noticeably angry about this, right?
Like it's a private video that somebody randomly kind of has.
has in their possession. And so, you know, we all say things that we don't necessarily mean,
such as I will kill you. We kind of say that when we're mad. We may say it in Jess. It's unclear
if, you know, she actually wanted to pursue this or anything like that. But for the most part,
again, I can understand her rage in saying these things. But for the defense, it definitely was
something that they were trying to paint it as maybe you're not as, you know, meek and quiet
as you kind of portray yourself to be. You can get aggressive. You can go and be confrontational.
And then you can use your boyfriend and his power to kind of make the thread a little more serious.
Because when Cassie was under direct examination, she had talked at Great Link just about this meetup with Sujid and how Diddy Security was involved and how they had this whole meetup about this.
And it was kind of a group meeting and that a lot of people were scared and concerned.
So then when you hear it kind of coming from the audio, it was just kind of a little stark contrast.
and but she was again forthcoming about her
being just embarrassed or upset if this video were to get leaked
or to get out into the public and so that was my bad said
no no I was saying that uh I was saying
I understand like I don't think it all the way plays
in the defense favor yo she could be let's go with this sex trafficking thing
she's gonna have shame as a woman she's not one a woman
who wouldn't give a fuck of the videos out there of it.
She has a public image.
She is going to be kind of scared that that video could come out and ruin her public image,
even if those videos are consensual or non-consensual, right?
So I don't know if it necessarily because she gets mad and she says,
yo, you're playing with my livelihood or you're playing with my whatever, whatever right now.
And she's like, I'll fucking kill you.
It means that, oh, nah, she definitely was down with the shit.
if it was an embarrassing video, it's an embarrassing video.
She doesn't want one that wanted out.
It's going to change the perception of her.
It's audio recording, but, you know, you could definitely hear her rage and her kind of upsetness about this whole incident.
Well, I tell you, I think what the defense might have been doing was saying, man, she didn't want this tape to get out.
And she made sure, and Combs did everything in his power to make sure this tape didn't go out.
And it's not so much, hey, this is a criminal trying to cover up his criminal activity,
but this is a guy who's trying to make sure that Cassandra Ventura and he are protected from the tape coming out.
Again, recharacterizing some of Sean Combs' behavior.
That's what I took away from it.
But by the way, I have to ask this real quick, Jonathan Adi, so Jonathan Oddy, Jonathan Adi, this is this, you know,
he was the guy that allegedly shot up the Trump property in 2018.
This male performer at the time of his arrest, he told investigators he was a sex slave of Sean Combs, mentioned Cassandra Ventura at the time. Nobody really knew what to take of it. He came up with regarding this recording today?
He definitely did, but not necessarily regarding this particular recording when it comes to Sujid. As far as the recording goes, that mentioned Jonathan Adi. It was about the secret video that he had taken of Cassie and Diddy out of freak off. And Diddy was trying to do.
make this video go away and oh savvy i ain't gonna lie i definitely bet on the the celtics and they get in
the ass with huh um according to cassie while she was testifying that did he spent a significant amount
of money so that this video wouldn't get released um and then cassie had explained during her cross
today that essentially she and did he never used jonathan again after um he had did this he said
that she she had said that he was never used again um in a freak off because she was concerned about
the situation because Audie had threatened to release this video. When Cassie spoke to Diddy
just about this recording, Diddy essentially said, I'll take care of it. And the defense said,
you know, would this video be embarrassing if it was released, especially for Diddy because
Diddy is a celebrity, but it would be embarrassing for you too, right? Because you're also a high
profile name around this time period. And so that was definitely the Audi mentioned that was,
you know, kind of clicked in my head today because he was someone brought up a couple of days ago
when Cassie was under her direct examination because they put up a whole bunch of exhibits,
a whole bunch of photos of the escorts that were used in freakoffs,
and the base that definitely stood out to me was Jonathan's base.
And so just to kind of hear essentially why Jonathan was never used again during a freak off,
this kind of explains it.
Now, there was a lot of testimony regarding the 2016 incident at the Intercontinental Hotel in Los Angeles,
where you have this videotape footage of combs appearing to beat Cassandra Venturo.
We've talked about that at nauseam.
I mean, it's one of the key pieces of evidence.
But there was a lot more about the communications
that came up after this happened, right?
Can you talk to us about those communications?
What were Combs and Ventura talking about
after this 2016 incident?
So the defense was essentially asking Cassie,
you know, was Diddy blacked out during this incident?
Cassie said she had wrote a message to Diddy around this time.
You get effed up the wrong way.
You always want to show me that you're
have the power to knock me around like a rag doll, a message that I think we have seen even
prior to trial. The defense was kind of insinuating that Diddy had did this because he was
combining a mixture of drugs and alcohol. Even during yesterday's cross-examination, they were
kind of insinuating that Diddy had a bad batch of drugs when he had attacked Cassie in that
hotel room. Estabayo was, she kept on during this moment, and I actually kind of wrote this
down. She kept on kind of forgetting to submit stuff into evidence. At one point, she even said,
I'm sorry, and it was just kind of a whole incident. And so Cassie was talking about, Diddy had sent a
message to Cassie saying, I'm so horny for you. Cassie had responded, you are. What made you feel
that way? And because these text messages were sent after the physical assault that happened at the
Intercontinental Hotel. She said while she was on the stand today, that it was essentially strange
for Diddy to even kind of say that. Cassie had responded in a message to him.
him saying we need a different vibe from Friday, Friday being the night that the or the day that
the hotel incident had happened. And Diddy responded to Cassie F Friday and F-U-C-K Friday.
Did he had also said, you know, I don't want to do that again. And Cassie had responded,
L-O-L-L-Tru. And I'm kind of paraphrasing these text messages because they went by so fast.
And then Did he had responded to Cassie, what are you doing? And Cassie later sent a text message
essentially saying, I love you. And so I think that what the defense was trying to do there is
just insinuate that even after this brutal and physical assault that happened, that they just
kind of went back to their normal pattern of just saying, I love you to one another, kind of
putting a band-aid over the situation, but still it wasn't a situation where she had called
things off completely or anything like that. Then we were, then Cassie was asked about the photos
that she had took of her face after the assault. And Cassie said she actually didn't remember
taking those photos. And these were photos that we had seen inside the courtroom. It's up Cassie
in the back of the Uber. After this assault happened, she had sunglasses.
is on, but you could definitely see one, a busted lip or a fat lip that she had called it.
But you could also see a black eye because she said she got hit in the face before she even
left that hotel room before we had seen that surveillance video that she was actually assaulted
first in the hotel room before everything else happened in the aftermath of that.
And so I think the defense, again, trying to kind of paint this as this was a domestic
violence thing. This was something that always happened, but this was something that had happened
because Diddy was on drugs during this time period.
really kind of thinking that at some point today, they would show that apology video that
did he had done that we had all seen that was posted to his Instagram story after the video was released.
But at no point today did either the government or even the defense bring this video up?
Because if you're going to be talking about how this, how drugs were at the crux of this.
And he was so effed up from all these drugs when all of this was happening that you would think that
because Did he had said during his apology video that I was so messed up during this time period
and that I was thinking that, you know, essentially that he was so messed up from the drugs that they would try to paint that picture.
But that video didn't even come in today.
We haven't seen it yet.
We haven't seen it, but it's possibly we haven't seen it yet, too.
And I mean, there was that message where she says, I'm not a rag doll.
I'm somebody's child.
That's pretty impactful message, to say the least.
Now, another really difficult moment that they spent a lot of time questioning about was the 2018 alleged race.
rape, right? So she had testified that Sean Combs raped her and that there was another time
after that they had consensual sex. What was the cross-examination like regarding that alleged
rape? Because that is a key, key alleged moment in this case. And a moment, too, especially
in the courtroom, because this was the moment that Alex Fine had to get out of the courtroom.
Because again, as we've been talking about this kind of a couple of days now, that the defense might
possibly call Alex Fine as a witness to impeach his own wife's credibility, something that I think
is kind of a very interesting tactic for the defense to kind of take. But, you know, inside the
courtroom, Alex Fine isn't listening to this portion of the testimony. He actually just kind of walks
out and sits, I guess, outside or in a private room, kind of waiting to get the call to come back in.
But as far as the 2018 alleged rape that had happened, the defense was kind of asking Cassie a little
bit about why she and Diddy were meeting around this time. And Cassie had said that she was actually
no longer with Diddy at this time period. She was actually dating her now husband, that being
Alex Fine. So around this time, Cassie had sent a message to Diddy saying, I love myself more,
paraphrasing, because again, a lot of messages going back and forth. She said, I love myself more.
I forgave you. And that she never went away. She being Gina, somebody who has been very much
of a talking point throughout Cassie's testimony because according to Cassie, she kind of,
she being Gina, kind of helped with the dissolve of the relationship because Cassie had seen
a photo of Diddy and Gina together as Cassie was thinking that at this point, the two were monogamous
and that Diddy was no longer seeing Gina. So Cassie had sent a message to Diddy saying,
I promised I wouldn't be with you anymore. So around August of 2018, they had a closure conversation
And during this time period, Diddy was trying to get Cassie to go to Burning Man, a big music festival that I guess the two had gone to a number of times throughout the course of their relationship.
Because I think we have to always kind of put in context that these two were together for a long period of time, a longer relationship than I've ever had in my life, minus my parents, you know?
And so 11 years is a long time period.
And yes, they were on and off for a lot of periods of time.
But it seems like from these messages that Diddy was kind of thinking, maybe we'll get back together.
or maybe this isn't truly the end or anything like that.
So around this time, the defense was kind of bringing up the rape allegations that were made in Cassie's federal lawsuit,
which we know was settled the next day because the defense was trying to say that you had said this happened in August,
but in your lawsuit you said this happened in September and not August.
You met with prosecutors in 2023 after the lawsuit was filed in New York.
And the defense says you told the government that this incident happened in September of 2018.
And then the defense says that Diddy was acting.
strangely that Cassie had said that Diddy was acting strangely to the government during a
2023 meeting that the two had that Cassie had with federal prosecutors and federal agents
that she was kind of describing the alleged rape that happened and said on that night that
did he was acting pretty strange the defense says that Cassie had told the government
did he was kind of acting anxious as well to something that wasn't necessarily talked about
during her testimony when she was recounting the alleged rape.
The defense asked Cassie that you told the government that Diddy was bipolar and that he actually
wasn't in his right state of mind.
And so then we got more text messages, these being from August 21st of 2018, always paraphrasing,
just got to say, Cassie wrote to Diddy, hit me when you can hit as in like let me meet up
with you.
Diddy had responded, okay, I'm at an investors conference.
You good.
Diddy said, I'm calling.
It's going straight to voice.
You know, Cassie said, thank you.
And then Diddy said, I know I look bad to you.
And so I thought that was kind of an interesting point because maybe it is kind of helping her claims a little bit here that, you know, things just weren't necessarily right.
And so we saw more text messages from that day where the defense says that Cassie told the government in April of 2025 just last year or just last month, excuse me, that the rape happened in August of 2018.
And I think they were trying to point out that you said it happened in August, did it happen in August, did it happen in September?
Do you hate Diddy?
And she said that she even still doesn't hate Diddy in the present time.
She still has love for the past.
We saw more text messages.
This one's from August of 2018.
Did he saying to Cassie, can you call me please?
Cassie saying I'm so heartbroken.
Did he's saying, me too, have a good night.
The defense kind of trying to point out if, you know, the rape happened in August wise, it's texting going back and forth.
or maybe this is verifying that this happened in September.
And so then we saw some September text messages where Cassie asked Diddy,
how was the yoga treating you?
Did he was apparently sleeping with a yoga instructor.
Kind of, that's kind of what the insinuation was,
that he was having an intimate relationship with his yoga instructor.
And then Diddy responded, what does yoga have to do with me?
Cassie wrote to Diddy, I heard you were dating.
Cassie said, who do you think I'm dating?
Cassie said, I actually need to stop even caring.
And Diddy said, do you even want to start dating?
Let's talk about it.
We fast forward to just a week later where Diddy said, do what you got to do.
Cassie said, well, let's just talk tomorrow.
Did he said, I don't want a combo where you break up with me again.
Cassie said, I do love you.
I don't want to just be your, I don't want to be your girlfriend anymore.
Then we kind of get into Alex Fine a little bit, her now husband.
And so around this time, this also being in September of 2018, that Diddy found out that Cassie was seeing Alex Fine when the two,
the two being Cassie and Diddy were intimate together because I guess Alex Fine had called Cassie around this time.
And it's pretty important to understand a little bit of why Diddy was possibly upset because around this time, Alex Fine was a personal trainer.
Diddy actually hired Alex Fine to train Cassie.
So that's just another point that the defense always kind of tries to make there.
And so after Cassie had told Diddy that she had a great at night with him, the defense asked, you know, if Alex found out about Diddy.
And when the alleged rape was talked about, the defense asked, so did your husband punch a wall
when he found out this out?
And Cassie said, the defense was kind of trying to say it as the rape had happened when
Alex was calling.
Cassie was kind of trying to clarify that that's not the time that this alleged rape had
happened.
But essentially the defense was like, you know, when Alex had found out that this had
happened to his now wife, that he was just so angry that he became violent and punched
a wall during this moment.
So I think if, you know, Alex Fine is called as a government or excuse me as a defense witness,
that this will definitely be a point that they'll talk about during their, during his testimony,
if he does take the stand for the defense because he might have to.
Yeah, it's tough to know about that if he's actually going to.
I probably not.
Yeah, you know what's interesting, Elizabeth?
Apparently they were communicating, what, 2020?
Like, recently?
What, three years before she filed the lawsuit against him?
talk to us about that. Yeah, and according to Cassie, they still communicated after their breakup.
So you see more messages, some from March of 2019, but the ones from March of 2020, they were still
even communicating. This was the time around COVID. Not sure if maybe that kind of played a part
into them. The two still communicating, but I think it's important to kind of note about here.
During 2020, Cassie was already married to Alex Fine. She, I think at this point, was pregnant,
maybe with their first child at this point,
but Did he had wrote to Cassie, again, this being in March of 2020,
Miss My Best Friend.
Cassie responded, miss you too, hoping you're, hope you're taking care of yourself.
Did he responded, again, always paraphrasing here, sending you nothing but love,
but the text messages was a lot longer than that.
Cassie responded, send my love to them, them being his children,
because they were talking about his kids and how they're doing well and stuff like that.
Did he had wrote back to Cassie saying, you are my ride or die.
I thank God for the time that we had had together.
Again, the defense kind of trying to paint it out that there was love even as recently as just 2020 between the two.
And it's interesting because I had noted in my notes, my many of many of notes and I'm out on notebook three now that did he kept looking at Cassie during this time.
He wasn't kind of doing the over analyzing of playing into his defense.
He was kind of looking directly at Cassie.
Maybe that was a soft spot for him.
Not 100% sure.
Obviously not in his mind or anything like that.
Then Cassie responded a little later.
from the whole writer die text where Cassie said,
I took my time to gather my thoughts.
The things you said blew my mind.
I wouldn't be in this beautiful time without you,
the beautiful time being, you know,
her family that she now has with her husband.
And then they actually asked for a closure meeting around this time.
Again, this being 2020,
then Diddy responded to Cassie saying,
nah, she wanted that nigga back, real.
You could tell, like, she was just probably saying,
gang, I wanted to have a family with you.
you didn't give me a family
I'm getting a family now with this dude
and I'm happy for the family
but she always wanted that shit with Diddy bro?
Thank tears of joy
I'm happy you found someone you deserve the world
you deserve to be loved and respected
please let me know if you want to have a sit down
and talk and I'll make myself available
and even while Cassie was on the stand today
I think she was kind of insinuating that
this is something that she had always wanted to hear
but then if you think about just these dates Jesse
these were in 2020
Cassie said that around this time she was still kind of doing illegal drugs around this time up until 2022.
Then she went to rehab in 2023.
And then that's when, you know, she was starting to kind of get these flashbacks and starting to kind of re-through her trauma therapy and stuff like that still kind of reprocess everything that she had gone through.
I mean, this is somebody that she was with for 11 years.
This is someone that she was with throughout all of her, most of her adult life, I should.
say. And so I think, you know, just putting everything into context, it kind of makes a little
sense, you know, who doesn't break up with someone and then message them, you know, a couple
years ago talking about the good times because that's sometimes things that people do. This is a
normal reaction. And so for the most part, I think the defense was trying to point out that this
essentially, that they ended with love, that Diddy even after, still cared about Cassie. But for the
most part it seems like you know Cassie still for the most part it seemed like
Cassie still again doesn't necessarily hate Diddy or necessarily possibly wish him
harm or anything like that but I think the defense was trying to just point out
that there was still love between the two as recently as a couple years ago and
that's something the defense is going to have to work with right and the jury might
be saying you know how could she not hate him how could she stay in contact with
How could she write messages like, I'm so lost without you,
when she's now saying that he sex trafficked her?
And it's a very, very complicated analysis that is not going to be resolved with her testimony.
I believe we're going to have a mental health expert to discuss this a little bit further as well.
We saw flavors of this in other cases, too, like Harvey Weinstein.
But it's a lot for the defense to work with.
That is clear, right?
The idea is to say that this was consensual, that's one hand, versus coercive on the other.
Not easy for the jury to match it up here.
But, you know, one of the things I was wondering whether or not the defense is going to work with this,
when she went to therapy or where she went to rehab, there was a discussion about memories.
And would I be wrong to say the defense was trying to suggest that, and I've seen this before in other cases,
that her memories were being manipulated.
So in other words, the defense might make the argument,
everything was consensual.
Yet when she goes to rehab and she gets therapy,
her memories of her time with Sean Combs
are being manipulated to make her feel
like she's a victim of a crime or sex trafficking.
Am I totally off with that?
No, not at all.
I honestly thought, you know, them talking about her recent
was, to me personally, just completely inappropriate.
appropriate. But to your point, Jesse, I could see possibly why they were trying to do that.
They were essentially talking about how she was treated for neurofeedback. Her brain was
hooked up to a bunch of wires to a machine to kind of regulate her brain and regulate her brain
activity. She said this was something that while she was there for 45 days at Lilith Star or
Willow Star, I believe it's called, that she did this treatment about five or six times during
her entire stay. So she said it was essentially about once a week. And she thought that the
neurofeedback would essentially help her with her trauma. She also did this MDMDR treatment,
another thing for trauma therapy, which helped her recount her memories. And again, to your point,
Jesse, I do think that, you know, a professional expert kind of talking about this and kind of
explaining this to the jury about why people kind of do this. It's kind of new age even for myself
that this type of machine is even possible. But, you know, if you think about it,
especially because we cover so many of these types of cases, right, not.
just with the ditty trial, but all across the U.S., sometimes outside of the U.S. too, that, you know,
we all know how sometimes it is, as far as victims go, there is delayed memory. There is
delayed disclosure as far as disclosing some of the things that you have went through because
when something traumatic happens, who doesn't try to block it out of their memory, who doesn't
try to get their head out of it or not process it the way that it's processed. But it seems
like through this time period that she was really just trying to better herself around this
This was a time where, again, she's already married to Alex Fine.
She already has children.
But it seems like she was finally like, okay, I'm seeking treatment for myself.
And then that this trauma therapy really kind of exploded everything into her recounting.
Just maybe all the things that she had went through that she thought were okay at the time and then realized they weren't.
And then it became a question of what does the prosecution do?
There was so much discussion.
Well, how is the prosecution going to arguably rehabilitate her testimony?
right the redirect was interesting because at one point she got emotional you've talked to before
elizabeth how she was quite calm and cool and composed pretty stone talk to us about what happened
on redirect and also the moment when she actually got emotional yeah and there were a couple emotional
points that she had had during her redirect testimony the government kind of coming back to kind
of refocus everything in where they essentially ask cassie you know about having to do these
freak off while she was having a UTI, something that may kind of play into the force, fraud, and coercion.
Cassie's messaging, Diddy, saying, I want to see you, but I'm an emotional wreck.
I don't want to do it.
They brought those messages back.
The government asked, you know, did you review every single report from the government,
especially when they were, especially when the defense was kind of talking about her recounting
when she told the government in something in April or in something in 2023.
And Cassie had said she didn't review all those reports from the government.
government or federal agents. The government asked her about the affectionate messages and that
Cassie admitted, you know, that Diddy was kind and loving, but it always just didn't last.
Cassie said that when he wasn't happy anymore, that it just affected everyone. It affected
that she, she being Cassie was affected by Diddy's moods. They affected her entire life,
her career, herself worth. And that's when, you know, when she starts talking about just
kind of, I think, reflecting on herself image of herself, especially around that time that
She was with Diddy that she does get super emotional.
She said that her work essentially would take a back seat to having to do these freakoffs.
The government asking what all does a freak off entail?
She said physical prep, getting supplies, contacting the escorts.
And she essentially said that she hung on to every single word that Diddy had said.
Because remember, she was 19 years old, still a teenager when she and Diddy had met.
And so she said she was asked about Diddy opening up her world.
And she said that it was kind of chaotic.
She just essentially wanted approval.
And the government asked, well, who do you want to have sex with?
And she essentially said, Sean and Sean only this during their 11-year relationship period.
The government brought back the defense exhibit of the 2009 messages.
The defense kept bringing up the 2009 messages.
But even again, you're thinking of the time frame.
It's when Diddy and Cassie were first together.
And so, of course, there are a lot more loving, a lot more neuroving,
nurturing in nature and that sort. And did he ask Cassie, you're supposed to be seducing me.
And Cassie said she kind of knew what this insinuated that he just wanted to do a freak off.
And so kind of when they were talking about the settlement and the financial situation,
that's when she definitely started to get emotional because during her cross-examination,
she was talking about around the time that she had filed her lawsuit,
she was actually going to be going on tour and going to go.
on tour in like Australia or New Zealand and that sort.
And then she said she had canceled the tour and they were essentially saying,
oh, you canceled the tour because you needed, you got the financial payout.
You didn't need to go on the tour anymore because your finances were already fixed.
And then she said, no, she actually canceled the tour because she was overwhelmed after filing
her civil claim.
Again, that was settled a day after.
She said that she was addressing the pass and just didn't want to be away from her kids.
Yeah, this is kind of reaction.
The government asked, would you give all that money back if you know,
never had to do a freak off. And that's when she started really getting emotional. She said that
she just wanted agency and autonomy because again, who wouldn't? I mean, it's your body. It's your
choice. And then that the government was kind of honing in on the fact that Diddy was the one who
initiated these freakoffs, whether or not she was on her UTI, whether or not he was beating her
during these sessions. She said that she didn't matter to Diddy, that she kind of felt like nothing.
And she said that she admitted, yes, she was open at the beginning.
But then that kind of changed over time.
And I think that also kind of plays into the whole consent issue.
She said that once she was done with Sean Combs,
that she didn't do any more freakoffs.
And then she said that she had told Sean more than once
that she didn't want to do these freak off.
She said that she had worried for her safety,
for her career and worried that he just didn't want to be with her anymore.
And I think that's why she kind of kept doing this,
essentially just to make him happy, something that she had been very forthcoming about.
But I also think, you know, there were points that the government really kind of honed in on the
fact that this might play into, you know, count two of the force, fraud and coercion of sex
trafficking, where she was doing these things. She didn't want to be doing these things.
She told her partner she didn't want to be doing these things. And yet, according to Cassie,
this just became like a job for her. She felt like a sex worker, but that part got struck from the
record. And talking finances, by the way, it also came out.
that she got a settlement from the intercontinental hotel i don't believe we knew about that
yeah i was honestly surprised that the defense attorneys didn't bring this up during their
cross examination during the first time they actually brought it up during recross now there's been
by the way i think i found the the video of uh it looked like did he was um
it looks like did he was in rehab at this time yeah did he was in rehab during this time i believe
Oh, I did sound good.
So remember those videos that she, that she, um, that they talked about, about Diddy and rehab.
These are.
Diddy view.
Life is a journey.
One step at a time, baby.
It's a marathon, not a sprint.
Also, you got to enjoy it.
Take time to slow down and look at the beauty of it.
Enjoy it.
Enjoy it.
Enjoy it.
Enjoy it.
Did he view I'm running now.
Not if he was training for a marathon, but I think this was like part of like rehab.
Here's another video.
The things I cannot change.
Courage to change the things that I came in the wisdom to know the difference.
May God bless you all.
Have a beautiful day.
Stay positive.
Stay bright.
And shine on, baby.
Shine on.
Last one.
This is the pictures.
I got to go get my dogs.
They keep barking.
A lot of rumors and speculation, especially even prior to trial beginning,
about how much Cassie received from Diddy in that settlement payout just for her federal
lawsuit, right?
So I think it was very much a moment where a lot of us were just like, whoa, she got a settlement
also from the Intercontinental Hotel.
And again, this was something that the defense, Anna Maria Esteveo, brought up literally
right before she got off the witness stand where she was asked, did you get a settlement
from Intercontinental Hotel because she was asked, do you have any more pending lawsuits or any
more demands that you had made out for money? And Cassie said that they did reach settlement negotiations
very recently. She said about either last week or last month or so, and it was for $10 million.
And I think what the defense was trying to do again kind of painted out that she was just her,
the reason for her wanting to do this was essentially for money or financial reasons. And I'm not
sure how much of a sticking point that really was for jurors but i was again kind of surprised that
they didn't bring this up during the cross-examination but maybe it was a point that this could be
something that the jury just kind of left with um so you know left with that impression of
cassie um once she got off the witness stand i have a feeling that if the judge didn't
impose the order that she had to finish up her testimony by the end of the week this testimony
would have gone well into Monday.
But the judge wanted to make sure, you know, she's pregnant.
Oh, yeah.
But one week down, make sure she leaves the stand
because there was so much more to get into.
Now, she apparently was not the only witness who took the stand.
There were two more witnesses who took the stand today.
I got to talk about first this special agent.
Who was this special agent?
What did we learn from this special agent?
Oh, we learned a lot, Jesse, from special agent.
Agent Yazine Binda from Homeland Security Investigation.
She was questioned by AS, AUSA, Madison Smeiser.
At first, you know, when she had taken the witness stand,
I was kind of like, hmm, I'm wondering what she's gonna testify,
what she's gonna talk about.
She's coming after a very critical witness
and this special agent had a lot of very critical information.
And so she was essentially somebody who had handled
the arrest logistics of Diddy.
The arrest happened.
just in this past September.
And so we got a kind of inside look into what all was in the Park Hyatt Hotel right here in Manhattan.
And so we saw a lot of exhibits and a lot of notable exhibits, I will say that.
And so the warrant was executed around 11.30 p.m. that day.
And this happened on September 16th of 2024, notable date.
That's the date that Diddy got arrested.
And so her role was essentially to be a photographer.
So she photographed the entire hotel room.
So we saw a bunch of exhibits.
We saw exhibits of the room layout where you can see a bed, a TV window, a desk, a hallway closet.
You saw a closer image of the bedroom and the bathroom closet.
You saw the hallway closet.
You saw a bag at the bottom of a closet.
You saw a hard drive.
You saw more interesting.
A Ziplock bag of, you may guess it, Jesse, baby oil and astroglides, something that a lot of us were just like, whoa.
Because this is coming right after Cassie's testimony.
I mean, Diddy's defense team is trying to paint him out as somebody who just kind of left the
free golfs behind, left the drugs behind.
But then you're seeing that as recently as just this past September, he had a bag full of
baby oil, five bottles of it found in the bathtub, astroglyde in the bath or excuse me, lube
in the bathtub.
Then you see a nightstand.
It had a Louis Vuitton bag, a Louis Vuitton med bag, something that Cassia talked about
during her testimony.
And I think the government really did a great job in kind of presenting the, you know,
after Cassie's testimony because I think once we saw the baby oil, we were just like, whoa,
whoa, because again, this was very recently. And so we saw clonazepam given to an alias,
Frank Black, somebody that Cassie had talked about while she was on the witness stand. It was one of
the aliases that Diddy had used when he was booking hotel rooms or getting escorts and that
sort. What is clonazepam? I believe it's an ED medication. And we see lube in the drawer of a
nightstand. More baby oil is found. You see.
a nightstand with a red iPhone.
That iPhone was seized as long as, as well as a phone that was on Christina Corum's person,
another phone from the hotel and the hard drive.
You see a bottle of medications in these exhibits.
You see a lighting device in the living room and the special agent was describing it as mood
lighting.
Again, Cassie says during these freakoffs that the lights and the directions, you know,
this kind of played into it.
So then you start to see a pink baggy.
And it was interesting because the government said that this pink bag tested positive for MDMA and ketamine.
And I think because it was in a pink bag, we kind of know that it possibly another thing, it's called pink cocaine.
And so then they passed around this medicine bottle with the pink baggies around to the jury.
And I will say this is what I did see from the jurors is a lot of them really over analyzing it.
A lot of them kind of looking into it, seeing what these.
little pink baggies are and stuff like that. Then you see a black fanny pack in one of the exhibits.
And according to the special agent, that black fanny pack had $9,000 of cash in it. To me, I thought that was like,
whoa, because again, if you're trying to paint it to be like that, this was just a thing that they had
done so long ago or anything like that. But this was as recently as just September 16th of last year,
it was just, it was a lot. It was a lot kind of going on. So I was wondering how the cross-examination would go.
about this, especially because this seems really kind of damning, in my opinion, because I think even when
the baby oil was shown, a lot of people were just like, hmm, and I think, you know, I couldn't see
ditty's face directly or anything like that when it was shown, but it was just kind of like,
where's the defense going to kind of take this? And so what the defense did was essentially kind of
harp on that this warrant talked about seized cash and bulk cash and that, wondering why the cash
was taken and stuff like that. But I think that, you know, given that these are federal agents who
made this search, like really what other kind of questions could they ask to kind of poke holes
and things beyond just why did you guys seize the cash? Why did you seize the $9,000?
And so I thought Special Agent Venda's testimony today was very compelling and it very kind
of much kind of verified a lot of Cassie's claims, especially when it comes to like habits that
did he had like keeping medicine in the Louis Vuitton bag, something that he's.
He still did even while he was with Cassie, the baby oil.
I know a lot of people talk about the baby oil,
but the fact that there were so many bottles of baby oil in this hotel room
that didn't look the biggest or anything like that from the pictures that we saw.
But who knows, it might have been a humongous suite,
but again, you know how photographs go.
But I thought Special Agent Vinda's testimony was very much like, whoa, okay.
After they got Cassie off the stand,
I see where the government did an excellent job of kind of making those connections there.
It looks like, I think a fair argument could be, even after all this time, right before his arrest, he might have been about to engage in a freak off.
And so if you have the bottle of the baby oil, you got cash, freak off, you know, transportation to engage in prostitution.
It just corroborates a lot of what was said.
So I can understand why that's an important witness.
And now we move on to the final witness of the day who definitely did not finish her testimony.
today, we'll be back next week.
So that now brings us to Don Richard.
This is somebody that we thought was going to be the next witness.
Huge witness.
This is somebody who had filed their own lawsuit against Sean Combs,
former member of Danity Kane, took the stand in what,
the last 15, 20 minutes of the day.
Talk to us about what she testified to so far.
I'm pretty surprised that the government even
called Don Richard to the stand today,
because we were so close to the 5 p.m.
deadline of court being done.
done for the day, the jury going home, especially to enjoy their weekend after just a long week of
testimony. But she was called to the stand as the third witness of the day, the first being
Cassie, of course, second one being Special Agent Binda, and then now Don Rashard taking the stand.
She walked into the courtroom from what I could see of her, didn't pay any type of attention
to Diddy or anything like that. Similar to Cassie, just made a direct line straight to the witness
stand. But what I will know, Jessie, about kind of seeing Don Richard or just her tone, she didn't seem
like she really wanted to be there. She seemed very uncomfortable, and I can only imagine why.
This was someone that she had had a professional relationship and even possibly a friendship with
for a number of years. She had worked with him on her music for a number of years. He had first
discovered her when she was auditioning for making the band. She made the band, that band being
obviously Danity King, and then still continued to work with Diddy for a number of years,
even after Danity Kane disbanded and even after dirty money disbanded as well, too, another group
that Don Richard was in with Diddy as well as another performer named Kalina Harper.
And so as far as just the 20 minutes of the testimony that we got today, we kind of started
out with those foundational questions, right?
How old is she?
She being 42 years old.
She's from New Orleans.
She was very soft-spoken on the witness dam.
There was a moment where she did have to identify Sean Combs, aka Diddy.
She did kind of point over to him.
And what I saw from Diddy was something kind of interesting where he did this with his hands,
where he kind of just raised his hands up at the stand.
I don't know if it was like to do a wave or just to, I don't know what it was,
but it was just a very interesting moment that he had did.
And nothing that was called out afterwards about it.
But she was asked just about her relationship with Cassie,
how often that she saw Cassie and maybe Diddy together.
And she actually said she saw them all the time.
So this was around the 2009 period.
And the 2009 incident was definitely brought up,
something that she had spoken about or a little.
alleged that happened in her civil claim against Diddy as well, too. It was an incident where
she had said that Cassie was attacked by Diddy. He had come down the stairs. He was screaming
and essentially beat her in front of Don Rashard as well as the other band member, Kalina Harper,
and because he was demanding Cassie to get him food. And she said that she had seen Diddy
frequently beat Cassie. But this particular incident was something that the defense was
very much kind of a little bit agitated about. And I'll get to.
to that point in just a second.
But at this point, Cassie was cooking Diddy breakfast.
Diddy comes down from the top level of his home.
And Diddy, according to Don Richard's testimony,
says, where the up is my eggs?
And then Diddy allegedly took this pan, this skillet,
and attempted to hit Cassie in the head with it.
Cassie, according to Don Richard's testimony,
gets into a fetal position.
She hides her head.
And she said Cassie didn't fight back during this incident.
She just fell to the ground.
She said she saw Diddy punch and grab
I'm Cassie's head, drag her up by the head up to the upstairs.
And then the next thing you know, she's hearing glass breaking and yelling.
And then she said that she was, and this is a point why I do feel like she was a little kind of maybe upset with herself about or just kind of embarrassed to say out loud where she said that she was scared to do anything, meaning that she didn't intervene in the situation.
She didn't call the cops and she said that when this happened in 2009.
How am I so consistent in doing this, well?

I guess you're saying that the chat, no matter what they see,
they're still not going to believe that deed he's guilty.
Low Life Bray says, man, we used to wrestle over that goddamn Frost.
Flakes, Haman.
Thank you for the.
I think that's an Australian money.
I don't know what that is.
So happy birthday, Unk.
I've been following you from the start.
Am I Unk now?
Maybe I'm Unk.
Chloe Parker says, yo, Dapper Dan from Harlem
grew up with Diddy
parents and said it didn't
start with Ditty.
He has a good video commenting on it,
context to why Ditties like this.
Let's kind of, again,
Dapper Dan.
Let me see.
Is it this?
So, the question is,
How do you think about the whole Pup Daddy situation that's going on right now?
Okay. I want you listen to this captain. I grew up with Puff Daddy's parents.
You all come from home. You're going here very careful. No matter what happens in the culture, it didn't just start.
No matter what happens in the culture, it didn't start, just start. A lot of things that you see happen came about from the culture.
Not even from my generation, but the generation that became before me.
It's just that a lot of the things that's happening today.
Because of social media, everybody gets to know about it.
But here's what I want to leave in with.
I'm meant to ASAP Berg.
Right?
And on his new album that's coming out,
I'm addressing a,
Exactly what happened.
So that's all I can tell you from now.
But when it drop, it's going to drop like...
Hey, have y'all seen this?
They're now using AI to reconstruct what's going on in court.
Check this out.
Look.
This courtroom are you and him.
At a time when everything in government can feel so uncertain,
one thing has remained the same in our justice system.
And that is standing between all of us and a criminal conviction is a...
So this is defense opening statement.
They've now turned into AI because they got the full transcript, not just tweets.
Jury of our peers.
That is you.
You will hear the evidence.
You will get to the truth.
You will see the witnesses and evaluate them one by one.
And finally, finally, the story about this case can finally come out.
Why do I say that?
Well, I say that because this case is not about what you've heard on the news,
read in the news or have seen on social media for the past year and a half.
This case is not about what civil attorneys looking for a payday are trying to make my client out
to be.
There has been a tremendous amount of noise around this case for the past year, and it is time to
cancel that noise and hear and see the evidence that will be presented in this courtroom,
and it will be crystal clear.
The story of Sean Combs is a fascinating one, but it is a human one.
We are going to tell you his story over the next two months in this courtroom, and you will learn that he is a man who grew up here in New York City in Harlem, who came from little but built groundbreaking lawful businesses.
You will hear that he is a wealthy individual, but know that the evidence will show that nobody gave him his money.
He worked for it, and no one gave him a dime.
It will show that he made every single dollar, recreated a culture, and presented a culture, and presented.
produced music.
This is how did you look in court?
I believe you will hear will change the generation.
And I believe that the evidence is...
Man, let's get a little bit into it.
Ask yourself, what is causing that fight?
The answer is, without exception, jealousy or drugs.
The hiving, the things we are going to take responsibility for.
It is typically because of jealousy or drug use.
The role of jealousy here is critical and it's pervasive.
The evidence will show you that, over.
will show you that over the course of the 20 years we will examine in this courtroom.
We'll see the same women over and over.
They remained in multi-year relationships with him,
and I believe that you'll pretty much know about every relationship he's had over the past
20 years.
Again, that's whether this is an employee or a girlfriend.
You will pretty sense for everyone to hear he said,
she was my soulmate.
The end of the relationship between Cassie and Combs is important,
and I want you to focus on the evidence of how and why it is.
ended when Combs said Kim Porter was his soulmate to all the people around him who were
there for the first time maybe ever Cassie realized all the things she would not be I expect
many witnesses at this trial to tell you she wanted to be Combs's wife I expect she may even
tell you that that is what she spent 11 years trying to get and in one day it became clear to
Cassie she was never going to get that and if she was never going to get that and if she was never
going to be Combs' wife. If she was never going to be the love of his life, then she would leave.
And that is what she did on her terms, her choice, for rhythms that for her were the right
reasons. This is where bringing personal experience to this jury matters. This is something we have all
been through. That one life event you can point to, for you can say, that is when I knew it was
over. Because that is what this was for her. Because this was a relationship, although toxic at times,
like every other relationship,
it was not based on coercion.
It was not based on force.
At a certain point,
you know you're not going to get what you need
from the other person and you leave.
All right, all right.
Enough of this.
Yeah, bullshit, man.
All right, okay.
Did I read all donations?
Let me make sure I read all of it.
Low LifeBarrie says,
act, man, could you stop touching
a goddamn mute button?
I'm Savvy Mike 96 says,
yo, cat is cat playing like a line tonight?
Yeah, I think the next guy's
Got it, bro. The Knicks up 30. Thank you, Savvy.
Z says, act. Look at Diddy interview on Ellen after the freak off.
Did he did an interview with Ellen?
Speaker says, your act, the mutant is fucking ridiculous, man. You got to fix it, fam.
And B. Greer says Biggie was Frank White. Puff is a real sicko.
Hello, Sean Diddy Combs. How are you?
I'm doing great. How are you doing?
I'm doing fantastic. Thank you. Do you like being scared?
I'm not going to scare. Yeah, don't do that.
No, I know.
I'm not gonna do it.
I have to thank you because the last time you were here,
you turned me onto Twitter.
I knew nothing about Twitter.
And now it is so much fun.
I'm playing so many games and I get to give things away
and help people out.
You get to connect to the people.
You get to make sure that they know that you care about them.
And it's also you get to hear how they're feeling about certain situations.
And you get the news quicker than the news gives it to you.
Yeah.
No, it's great.
So tell me about your birthday party.
Am I invited?
Yes.
Yes, you're definitely invited.
I invite you to all my parties, you just haven't seemed to show up to me.
No, well, there, is it on the East Coast?
Yes.
Well, that's why.
Why don't you have one here on the West Coast?
Because I work all the time.
Okay, well, maybe I have one at your house.
Where's a...
Now, what time would your party start, let's say?
Really?
That early?
Yeah.
I could make that.
Yeah.
But I think I could think of you of starting a party at like midnight.
Like what time will it go till?
That's a different type of party.
party them.
Oh, shit.
No, it'd go from like 930 to like maybe 3 o'clock to 3 o'clock.
And then, you know, we have the top two floors at the hotel.
And then it will carry on there?
Yeah, yeah.
Mm-hmm.
No, I mean the after party.
No, I know about them.
I'll listen to the music.
I've heard that song after party.
But that was at the holiday, yeah, I think.
All right, so, and how old are your kids now?
How many kids you have?
I have six.
Six, and how old are they now?
I mean.
You seem youthful.
That's why they're like, oh, yeah.
And I'm fertile.
So, and your twins are here, right?
Yeah, the twins are here, they're in the back.
They're three years old, is that right?
No, they're going to be three.
They're going to be three.
Yeah.
Little girls.
Yes, little girls.
Yeah, they're going to be three in December.
Are they spoiled rotten?
Yep.
Mm-hmm.
Are you strict? Do you let, because obviously you can give them anything they want.
Do you make them realize?
All right.
All right. And now the vodka line.
Yeah.
How many more things, well, last time you were here, you had the vodka, so that's not a new thing.
It's doing very well, right?
Yes, it's doing very well. Sarak, it's up like a thousand percent.
She knew about his parties and never actually said nothing.
I kind of think there is some actual truth to this whole childhood trauma shit.
Diddy childhood trauma.
Impast that he's revealed him as a person
and how he became who he is today.
What shaped him about how he was sent out by his grandma
to go get cigarettes.
She would give him some money to go to the corner store.
He got beat up one time, didn't come back with,
or he got, the money was taken from him, I should say.
He comes back without the money.
Sean Satero.
He does a good job of like doing some documentary stuff.
some documentary stuff.
And his mom's...
Give me a one second.
Documentary, Sean Combs,
portrait in black and white.
Combs revealed a lot about his upbringing.
Some of that could tell us a lot about who he is today.
I want to bring in Sean Satero.
He's a music journalist who covers rap and hip-hop to discuss Sean
Combs' upbringing.
So, Sean, thanks for coming on.
I want to talk a little bit about something that Sean Combs brings up
in this documentary.
And he talks about the differences in which,
his grandmother treated him and his mother. And he tells this story about how he was sent out by his
grandma to go get cigarettes. She would give him some money to go to the corner store. He got beat up
one time, didn't come back with, or he got the money was taken from him, I should say. He comes
back without the money and his mom was like, you go back and you get that money or you don't come
back, you know, and he left the house crying. His grandma would have let him stay at the house,
but his mom told him to get out there and he used this quote that I thought was really interesting.
He says, my mother, I guess, was raising me for the real world.
She always told me if someone hits me to hit them back harder.
And he talked about getting into this big fight with the guy, but getting the money back and going home.
What does that tell us about how Sean Combs kind of developed, you know, hit him back harder if you get hit?
Yeah, I mean, look, it's hard to draw conclusions from a single anecdote, right?
But I think it tells us a lot about how he wants to be seen, right?
Of all the things he could have potentially said about his childhood, you know, he,
there are plenty of funny, colorful anecdotes, right?
He played football in high school with a member of the Gambino family.
So like, you know, there's plenty of, you know, funny, interesting things he could have said about his time growing up.
I think it's notable that he chose that story, you know, to present himself as a fighter, as someone who
overcomes obstacles and to, you know, sort of show, you know, the influences mom had and ways in
which maybe, like you said, she tried to prepare him for, you know, difficulties as he might,
he might experience. I think it's when you're on top, as he was for so many years, you know,
it's very difficult to portray yourself as an underdog anymore, right? And to gain appreciation
and sympathy for that. And I guess maybe one way to do it is to say, you know, is to sort of
call back to obstacles you had as a child. Another thing that he discussed was his father.
And he didn't really know his father. He describes the only thing he really remembers about
his father because his father died right as he was turning three was his dad throwing him up in
the air. You know, a lot of parents do that. You know, you throw the little kid up in the air.
And he said, that's his memory. He doesn't even remember.
the sound of his father's voice. And he says, he knows that he was, quote, a very stylish dresser.
The ladies loved him. His whole everything is real meticulous. He had a lot of drive, a lot of
determination. You know, he ain't want to be poor. And Sean Combe said that his mother had actually
told him his father died in a car crash, but that wasn't really true. He later found out when he did
some research later in life that his father was shot to death, shot in the head. He said his
brains were blown out. These were his words on Central Park West in Manhattan. And he said his
research confirmed that his father was a hustler and a gangster. So he was the son of a hustler and
a gangster, something that he had long suspected. And his dad ran around with Frank Lucas. Frank Lucas
was a big drug dealer in the area. And he knew his dad. I mean,
Frank Lucas has been on YouTube talking about this, about knowing Melvin Combs. So,
How do you think maybe that influenced Sean Combs?
Right. I mean, the Melbourne Combs story is very interesting.
I found something actually just the other day, you know,
it's a daily news story from February in 1873, which is a few years,
maybe a year and a half or so after he was killed.
But it was around the time that this drug case in which he had been involved,
in which, you know, finally convictions happened in it.
But this article says, well, look, you know, this case, which is, you know, breaking up a giant heroin ring started when Melvin Combs' phone was wiretapped.
And that that was sort of the break in this case. And the article doesn't out and out say this, but it seems to imply that Melvin Combs' death was somehow connected to that, right?
And you hear rumors people associated with Harlem in that time have said, well, look, people
mistakenly thought Melvin Combs was an informant and that's why he was killed, right?
It's sort of something that people who knew him back then or knew the area back then have said.
And so, you know, it seems to me this article sort of trying to put two and two together
and say maybe the reason they thought that was because there was, in fact, you know, this wiretap on his phone.
So that part was true, but obviously wiretaps are not something one does voluntarily, right?
So if this daily news article is to be believed, I think that maybe sort of explains the story behind his death, possibly.
But yeah, I think, you know, Diddy definitely had the image of his father was very important to him.
There was a speech he gave at Howard, maybe 2005 or so, something like that, where he recalls very vividly, you know, I was in college at Howard and the first thing I did was go to the library and look at the microfiche and look up the Amsterdam news and see this story about my father.
Like, it is something that is.
I do think this thing has some trauma, like he has some sexual trauma.
I don't know who touched him, though.
Drug dealer, but not just a drug dealer.
The Svalve, powerful guy.
Story school at one point in time.
Wall Street Journal said,
I had sex.
I wasn't scared if then what she had.
Absolutely.
Mount Vernon is very important to Puffy's story.
You know, certainly Harlem is and he,
he, you know, talks about and tries to represent Harlem a lot,
but Mount Vernon is equally important.
His first big break in the record business,
you know, he started promoting parties in college
and things like that, but his first real break,
in the music industry began when he was an intern at Uptown Records, which is a job he initially got
through a connection from Heavy D, who was, of course, from Mount Vernon.
Right. So there is a Mount Vernon connection from the very beginning of his story in the music
business. I want to move on now to something. He's asked about sex and love in this documentary.
And he talks very descriptively about losing his virginity at the age of 12.
and actually feeling like he was pretty good at sex at the age of 12, he talks about watching
something called Midnight Blue, which he described as a pornographic channel that was on TV at the time.
And I want to read a quote. He said, the first time I had sex, I wasn't scared. It felt so good
to me, but I just remember how impressed I was because I used to watch Midnight Blue and how I felt
I was just as good as the porno stars like Midnight Blue, like in Midnight Blue. And so,
So I thought that was pretty interesting.
This is somebody who was sexually active at a very, very young age.
And I'm not saying that relates to anything that's going on right now necessarily with
these investigations because there haven't even been criminal charges filed.
But this is somebody who's talking about being sexually active at a very young age.
And I've talked to people who say, well, you know, you just don't know how it was back then
and who've defended Sean Combs,
who've said that they don't believe these allegations coming out.
But what does that tell us about him, Sean?
What do you think about that?
I mean, he's got some, you know,
he speaks very descriptively about this,
losing his virginity at 12 years old.
He's a kid at that point in time.
And we know that happens,
but it's to me kind of a sad fact.
Yeah, I mean, look, I don't know exactly what that says about.
you know, the kind of person he was or he became,
uh, something else in that quote actually,
in that section actually struck me, right?
In that, uh, when he was talking about how he had a college girlfriend,
and then the girlfriend broke up with him at a point in which they were apart.
And he very definitively sets that as like, oh, that was the time at which I had realized
I had to turn my feelings off and become, you know, what he calls a player.
Right.
I found that interesting too because it's almost like he couldn't handle that pain.
So he shuts it all down, shuts it off, and then he changes the way he's looking at relationships almost.
Yeah.
And look, he's far from the only person to talk about that either in real life or art.
But I thought that was notable again.
I couldn't say what relationship that does or doesn't have to.
you know, his love life in the future when he became prominent.
But he talks in that film also about how he's lonely, right?
He says, I'm a lonely guy.
I don't have a lot of friends.
And I feel like that also is sort of like part of that is the workaholism, as he mentions, right?
But part of that, I think also maybe goes to this sort of shutting himself off as expressed
by the anecdote about the college girlfriend.
That brings me to my next point.
A lonely guy description.
He describes himself as a lonely guy who doesn't have...
All right, enough for this, Dini-Shit, bro.
All right, yo, NBA young boy's going on tour, people.
He dropped the trailer, and he dropped some dates.
He will be doing arena tour.
I think...
Where's the trailer?
Here's a trailer right here.
It was like the young boy goes on tour.
That's going to break all the records.
You are the pock of our generation for so many people.
grew up in bed and Louisiana.
I wanted the rap.
That was my dream job.
And it became true.
Young boy's career is like nothing I've ever seen.
He's had more bad in my albums than anybody else.
A lot of buddies are they were to fuck him.
I ain't the way to fuck up on him.
The rapper was one of 16 arrested the attorney released the statement.
His client is innocent.
He is a Utah versus contrails Sean Gold.
The rapper NBA Young Boy is out on a $100,000 on.
He has such a rap.
So when he goes on tour, it's going to be just bananas.
All right, not going on line, man.
I think this tour is going to be crazy.
I'm very interested to see how the price points are going to be for.
It's going to be definitely one of the most requested tours to go on.
I think young boy, number one, not only does he have a really good fan base,
the mere fact that he's never toured.
You know, he's never toured.
He's been on house arrest for several years.
I think these dates are going to sell out like that.
This might be the only opportunity for you to ever see Young Boy perform.
And if you're a fan of his music, I could see, you know, if Young Boy stays free,
I could see him having a significant touring situation like how Rod Wave has.
You know, by the way, I think he's bringing two artists.
I think it's Dee Baby and, um...
EBK J-Bobob.
Wabi's just got to stay free, man.
That's the thing.
You just got to stay free.
By the way, this is a Live Nation concert.
So, you know, Live Nation is tapped in with him.
And I think the promoter is Mac agency, I believe.
So it looks like Young Boy is going to be selling shit out.
And again, shit, me myself, I've never even seen Young Boy perform.
So, you know, I'm definitely going to a few of these shows.
Definitely.
So I would advise all young boy fans to go cop a ticket as soon as possible.
I think the tickets go on sale shortly.
But I think he's going to be not only benefited that he just got out of jail,
he doesn't go on tour.
And I think the last time he toured was like several years ago.
And he's a hot artist.
So this is going to go pretty quick if you ask me.
Now the price points, I keep telling you all,
I think the price points has to do with the audience.
Are, is he going to be able to charge drink prices?
Probably not.
Can he charge like that mid-tier like $200 or $150 a ticket for like nosebleeds?
I would say no because of the, I'm just thinking about the demographics of his audience.
The only thing I would say is that maybe there's so much demand that they could bump the price up to kind of like wean out a bunch of other people who, you know, if there's 70,000.
people that want to come see him. It's only 20,000 or 14,000 that fills these arenas.
You could put the price up in whoever got the bread paid. So that's the way I could see
them ticket prices going up just because the demand might be so crazy that people would pay
way more than they would normally pay if he was going on tour frequently. So we'll see how that
goes. All right. Yeah, chat. It's like 80 minutes until my birthday.
I forgot Chris Brown just got locked up
What is this
Why does it feel like nothing but did he
Shit is going on?
They got way too crazy
My anxiety started kicking in
I had to take a break

And, you know, I don't want to let my dog be great.
But one thing I do, though, he'll be out in no time.
He'll be back doing what you do best.
Like I said, my dog ain't bothered nobody.
And that man been out to media, out the press for a minute.
You know what I mean?
He just want to tour, please his fans, and take care of his kids.
You know what I mean?
Life is so simple.
It really is.
So shout out to my boy Brown.
Hold your head.
and we got you
you know what I mean
now
Chris Brown was arrested
in Manchester
in the UK
over an alleged
23
bottle attack supposedly
hit a producer
over the head
with a bottle
they actually have
charge him
with a great bodily harm
which is a particular charge
that supposedly
is really serious
in the UK
and he's been denied
bond
so from what I've been told
he won't get another chance to try to get Bond until June
and he has a World Tour schedule to start in June.
Chris Brown denied Mon.
So yeah, he's going to remain in custody
until his next court appearance on June 13th.
They denied bail for him,
citing multiple missed police interviews
and concerns that he won't comply with conditions.
The judge also said the money offered means little to you.
The American singer and songwriter Chris Brown has been remanded in custody
after appearing in court charged over an alleged bottle attack in a London nightclub.
The R&B star appeared at Manchester Magistrate's Court
after he was arrested in a nearby hotel.
He was charged with grievous bodily harm,
following the incident at Tate Nightclub in Mayfair in February of 2023.
The 36-year-old will remain behind bars until the 13th of June
and is likely to miss some dates of his summer world tour.
Oh, wow.
Yeah, pretty sad.
I mean, you have to realize he was eventually going to get arrested.
It looks like the police did try to, like, have conversations with him or, like, interview him,
and he kind of blew it off.
Most have, because they said he missed police interviews.
Now, maybe there's a way they could get an emergency bail or another consideration of bail.
Or this is a year ago for Roger Bond.
Okay. Is it hearing on here? Chris Brown.
The American bottle as a London nightclub charged with grievous bodily harm.
The 36-year-old and former boyfriend of Rianas is accused of attacking a man with a bottle as a London night club two years ago.
Our north of England correspondent...
How disrespectful is it? They're still calling them the ex-boyfriend of Rihanna.
Look.
Bodily harm. The 36-year-old and former boyfriend of Rihanna's...
Former boyfriend of Rihanna.
Rihanna's like what like with all due respect like for me I got Chris Brown musically over
Rihanna the 36 year old and former boyfriend of Rianas is accused of attacking a man with a

townsend is at Manchester magistrates court for us Rachel will describe what happened in court
today.
Well as you can imagine huge media interest in this
case, but Chris Brown managed to evade the cameras arriving here in a prison van from his
custody cell at around 745 this morning. Now, the US rapper is charged with grievous bodily harm
with intent, following an alleged incident in a nightclub with using a bottle against a music
producer at the tape nightclub in London in 2023. Now, Chris Brown flew back to the UK on Wednesday.
That is the first time he has returned here since that alleged incident.
He was arrested at the Lowry Hotel in Manchester at around 2 a.m. yesterday morning.
Now, he's here in the UK as part of his tour.
He has 10 more dates in Britain and Ireland over the next few months.
The big gigs begin and end here in Manchester.
Now, inside, as you can imagine, the courtroom was packed mostly with media,
but also fans who overspilled into a court annexed.
Chris Brown spoke only to confirm.
his date of birth, his name and address, which he gave as the Lowry Hotel in Manchester.
His legal team argued for bail, which was refused, and then he was taken back into custody.
His next due date in court is on June the 13th in Southern.
That was partway through his tour.
He was meant to be appearing in.
Yeah, that's fucked up.
They said the money he offered, like, wasn't enough.
Grammy winning singer.
Surveillance camera in front of a club full of people.
people. Again, this is on tour in the UK in February 2020, when he launched an unprovoked attack on that producer, striking him several times with a bottle at the tape nightclub in the Swinky Mayfair neighborhood that's over in London, according to officials there. Brown then apparently chased that producer and punched and kicked him in an attack caught on surveillance camera in front of a club full of people. Again, this is according to prosecutors and other officials.
in that area. Defense attorney Grace Forbes arguing that the American performer was not a flight risk and should be released.
Brown was flanked by court officers in the dock. His hair was bleached blonde and he wore sweatpants and a black t-shirt.
He confirmed his name and birthday and said that his address was a local hotel where he was arrested early Thursday and taken into custody.
His case was transferred to the Southwark Crown Court that is over in London where he's expecting.
to enter a plea to that charge.
Brown's representative did not immediately respond to any request for comment from the
Associated Press, and Brown often called by his nickname of Breezy burst onto the music scene
as a teen back 20 years ago.
I'm wondering how much money he tried to offer.
Interested.
All right.
Yeah, chat, it's kind of like a chill stream, bro.
Like, I'm just like chilling on here with y'all to my birthday.
midnight, feel me?
I don't even see no big topics going on
other than this ditty bullshit.
Any albums drop?
Nix are now going to the Eastern Conference finals.
Duty Low has spoken out ever since he got shot.
He says, appreciate everyone who've been checking in.
I got hit, but I'm still here, still breathing.
God got me.
Taking this time to heal, get stronger and come back better.
Keep your energy right.
And stay safe out here.
Love big duty low.
Okay.
Surveillance video shows New Orleans inmates escaping from jail and running across the highway.
Damn.
How's there so many people escaping from jail?
Fuck close that back door.
It looked like they're running out through the front door.
Oh, they're out.
They're probably still going to get caught.
You're doing hard?
All right, I'm missing the unit over there, all right?
Okay?
All right, sit tight, man.
Sit tight.

over them discussing
her new boyfriend.
Let's hear this.
The whole entire world is against
us and y'all just be with this.
Y'all be so trying to make, oh, man,
listen, I hear y'all, our black men, I hear y'all.
Like, hold niggas accountable, bro.
Hold niggas accountable because it could be you very easily.
Are you holding Cardi accountable?
Holding cardio accountable for what?
Nothing.
Oh, all right.
The fuck.
I don't want to smoke. Yeah, I know.
I'm happy for my sister.
Y, I see her.
Look at her.
She's glowing.
I love shit like this.
Yo, I'm messy.
Me too.
You know why I like shit like this?
Because they're competing with each other.
No, no, no.
No, because in six months when this is over,
when Stefan is caught out with another,
because you know, he's a super.
He's already, I think he's dating other people openly.
But this is the thing, though, nobody said they didn't come out and say, yeah, no, they didn't come
out and say they in a relationship.
I'm not saying they are.
I'm saying it's six months when he's out, when he's out with his new flame and him and
Cardi is not even, they don't, they stop following each other.
You know all that's going to happen.
Stop following each other.
All of that.
I just love to hear the women that's like, I'm happy for my sis.
Be happy when Cardi is on IG live in six months and saying, Stefan ain't shit.
Be happy then too.
So what I think.
Okay.
So Cardi B supposedly messaged them and says, no sympathy shit because I live and learn.
And I've been through worse in my life.
But I went through so much shit and deceive.
I don't tell my story and put these nasty bitches on blast because I've seen God handle every woman and men that put tears in my eyes and pain in my heart in the worst way.
when a white man like Ruri talking about I need to be held accountable for shit like he don't know one thing about really makes me see red this ain't a competition this is me taking baby steps to finally feeling happy um finally feeling happy
what yeah if I'm feeling happy and seeing my sky blue with birds and trees again instead of rainy days I feel lightweight motivated in love with
life in love with love
with my career and most
importantly in love with
these three kids no matter what
shut the fuck up you white
bitch before I light
a match to your ass
okay
I think it's rollout shit and I'm
listen I eat big Bronx shit
I'm happy for Carl game she's happy she had the Knicks she's smiling
this is PR what are we talking about the women that's on all
like yes Cardi yeah move on to a better nigga
See, I never said that.
I'm just saying, as women on the end of saying that,
I'm just saying those same women,
I want to hear from them when this has run its course,
is all I'm saying.
But why does that, and I guess that was my issue.
Because so much yours.
Whatever, whatever, man.
Hey, when it comes to Cardi being and Stefan Diggs,
it's just clear to me,
Cardi's like, she just want to feel happy, man.
I don't think she'd try to be with this guy and think he's the most perfect, nigga.
I think he's just trying to, he's just trying to, she's just trying to feel happy.
And I think she was probably unhappy with, um, offset.
What is this?
What the fuck do Bobby Shepard be doing these days, bro?
I don't know.
I'm getting to keep popping my business.
But I'm a little bit.
They're walking in a minute.
So, that's it.
You know, me.
Oh, he's been served on, my.
What is this?
Yo, what is this, bro?
What the fuck?
That's real, right?
Where my phone is?
There's like nothing for me to talk about online right now, man.
This is, this sucks.
This sucks.
Or maybe I'm just, like, still recovering from last night, gang.
I haven't gone a lot of you.
The art of dialogue.
Where is that?
Art of...
I'll just react to a bunch of shit.
These are paid Diddy protesters outside the federal courthouse for Diddy,
with people reportedly be paid 20 an hour to wear a free Diddy t-shirts,
all in an effort to raise awareness for Diddy crypto token.
He launched mid-trial.
No.
Why do you, why do you, why do you feel that way?
So these are all paid protesters.
You can get $20 an hour if you wear a t-shirts.
You guys speak up.
She just got recruited, right?
I refuse.
You said no.
It wasn't worth the 20?
Um, no, but like he told me that it's for a Diddy coin.
So I don't, I'm not really sure what that is.
Yeah.
Yeah, Diddy did tweet out a coin thing.
I don't even want to show it on the screen, but that was kind of interesting.
It felt like Diddy, why the hell would Diddy try to drop a coin when he's going on trial that he could lose his freedom forever?
But maybe that's some money plate.
They need some money, liquid cash.
So I don't know.
Gene Deal is back.
Yeah, this is all Diddy.
shit bro. Chat, I ain't gonna
allow you. I would have cut stream already if I didn't tell you I was
gonna, I'm gonna stay to my birthday.
DDG's brother Dubb cries as he reflects on the struggle
of DDG experience being with his son.
I'm being honest, bro. I'm gonna be honest and I'm, this gonna hurt my heart to
saying it's literally making me like
hell of emotional. Bro, that's why my brother streams, bro.
That's where my brother streams because he can't see Halo
how he want to, bro.
That's why y'all see my brother on stream until he goes to sleep.
And this shit kind of like low-key fucking the nigga up, bro.
I'm not gonna lie.
Wait.
Nick, the reason why my brother is streaming so much, bro,
and y'all see this nigga on that bitch for hours, bro,
is because that nigga called me and be like,
that shit, that shit hurt, bro.
Now, this is DDG's blood, brother.
Dug, man.
Y'all got to tell DG to go to court.
but, like, respectfully, you know, these emotions online, you know, we obviously know, like,
we rock with D D.D over here, but he got to sue the chick, bro.
You got to go to family court, get an agreement, got to stay away from her, because she's
going to keep using the legal and justice system to bully her.
She just did a bullying move.
She got temporary custody over the kid for the next, like, two months while she films
a movie.
You got to go to court.
sometimes you got to take yourself to court.
I have to file the police report.
Okay.
This is the baby oil pool right here.
And I think those marriages that work,
I think that they come across the same exact threshold of reasons to divorce,
but for reasons unknown only to them, they don't do it.
I think a lot of marriages that make it past 10, 15 years,
they just stay together.
Do you think they're staying together and being complacent?
Or do you think they're staying together because they're,
staying together because they genuinely love each other.
My parents been married for 50-something years.
I think it's that new edition song.
What's that new edition song?
A little step I'll take.
No.
Let's stay together.
Can you stand the rain?
Can you stand the rain?
I don't even want to watch this.

Hey, big four seven.
It's love.
You know what?
It's lovely.
Come on.
You know that.
All right, Joey had the best, um, the best verse.
Why are they saying that Bieber's going broke?
It said Bieber made between $500 million and a billion as a world biggest pop star, but he blew it all.
And ended up in such dire financial shape he had to sell his music catalog for a measly $200 million.
I know I'd say measly, but apparently it was a realist.
deal and he could have got a lot more.
TMZ has a new documentary called TMZ investigates what happened to Justin Bieber,
available now on Hulu, and part of our investigation digs into his money problems.
People on Justin's side tell us he was on the verge of financial collapse back in 2022.
So much he had to sell the rights for his music catalog that December.
We're told his manager's school to Braun trying to tell him it was a bad idea to sell so
early in his career and at least wait until January 2023 to get a tax break.
but Justin didn't want to wait, so he sold it in December.
A lot of artists have sold their catalogs.
Catalog.
He was so broke in 2022 that he had to borrow Will Bracey,
who was a member of the church.
And his CEOO.
His CEO.
He had to borrow Will's credit card so he could go play golf.
That's how broke he was.
He could not afford a round of golf.
But it's not cheap to be the biggest pop star in the world.
You're good, you're good, you're good.
You're good.
He is the biggest pop star in the world.
Of course he has to charter jets.
Of course he has mega mansions, which by the way, we were told he paid cash for all the houses.
And it struck us when he made that sale and they announced the sale.
Justin Bieber just sold his music catalog for an estimated measly $200 million.
It was shocking.
We were all like, why is Justin Bieber at such an early stage in his career?
in his career selling off his catalog.
And there were other people who were selling their catalogs,
but they were all much older.
And so it was like, why is he selling this?
Sold out of desperately.
I'm not believing that, though.
They were giving away bags.
Future sold this catalog.
And Future been around less time than Justin Bieber.
Justin Haley and Michael Rhodes,
his attorney, went to Scooter and said,
we got to sell this catalog.
Scooter said no.
And finally, when Scooter realized they were going to sell it, this was in December.
Scooter said at least wait until January because you'll get a tax break if you wait until January.
And Justin said, I got to sell it now.
And he sold it in December.
That's how broke he was.
But, you know, how on earth do you blow through a billion bucks?
I don't know if I believe Justin Bieber is broke.
I'm stubborn.
I've always been released under a lot of pressure growing.
A so-called crushing amount of debt stemming from the cancellation of his job.
Justice World Tour in 2022.
After about 45 shows, Beber pulled the plug on the remaining dates to spend time with
his wife Haley and to protect his health.
THR sources say that decision resulted in Justin owing more than $20 million to his tour
promoter.
Justin's then-manager, Scooter, Braun, is said to have spotted the money, which Bieber still
hasn't paid back.
E.T. has reached out to Scooter for comment.
Listen, I care about him.
I care about all my artists, so I don't want to see them going through anything.
So what's Justin's take?
His team tells E.T., this is just clickbait stupidity based on unnamed and clearly ill-informed sources, disappointed that they no longer work with Justin.
I want to be my own person.
It's an emotional time in my life for sure.
Yeah, what is he spending the money on, though?
I don't get it.
Like, does he have a vice, an expensive vice?
It's just lifestyle?
Like, I don't think his lifestyle.
that that crazy where he can't support it with a billion dollars I don't know
anyway but I'm Cassie that had all the freakoff videos and old iPads laptops
phones etc that were broken that she held for over a decade okay so did he
um so Cassie messages did he saying you want to know the truth it's way deeper than
iPads okay because did he was saying something along the lines of hey you need to get
those iPads or give them to me.
And then he says, I'll pull up, don't threaten me.
Pay me the money you owe.
He's referring to the fact that he had paid her personal trainer,
who's now her husband, Alex, money, and he wanted it back.
And this exchange was after their breakup in 2018, check.
Okay?
So they did a sidebar.
After they went through this exchange of the iPad stuff,
they did a sidebar.
And the defense basically named like 20 exhibits that they were going to
that came from Cassie's phone, okay?
Images of the freak off, et cetera,
which, by the way, the government had used
in their direct examination.
Now, I've got to give the government credit,
and for any of you guys that haven't, like, seen this trial,
you guys need to go in there and watch it.
Anyone that wants to be a lawyer,
this is like some top-level fucking litigation going on.
So the prosecution let them name all the exhibits
that they wanted to bring in, right?
And once the defense, because I'm thinking in my head,
like, holy shit,
because they're announcing all the exhibits
that they intend to go over, right?
And the prosecution lets them mention them.
Then when they start getting into the first one, Exhibit 1000,
it's like a fucking record.
I was like, and then the government says,
objection, Your Honor, and then they cite, you know, 412 or whatever,
which 412, just so you guys know, okay,
and I've talked about this before, but I think it's very important.
Rule 412, right?
The rules of federal rules of evidence, right?
Basically, sex offenses cases the victim.
Okay?
So there was 412.
They were also objecting on, I think it's 603.
Yep.
Oath of Affirmation.
They were using this.
They were, you know, objecting on relevance, speculation, et cetera.
Long story short, of like those 20 exhibits that the defense was trying to use that came from Cassie's phone,
that they wanted to go in a reverse on her.
the government was able to successfully object and got like a bunch of them taken out.
And the reason why this is so interesting is because it totally derailed the defense.
Okay.
They had to recover and find other things to talk about because this is going like they had plans to use this stuff and then the government derailed them.
So the AUSA did a really good job on that.
And the defense did a good job too, which you guys are going to see here next.
So they ended up transitioning, right?
After this blunder from the defense and the defense.
of the government did, interestingly enough, the defense, the government ended up running the fence against the defense to defend their government witness, aka Cassie.
Okay.
After that blunder, they went into, let's see here, her treatment at a facility called Will House, okay?
And basically, she was subject to a bunch of different therapies.
She did neurofeedback.
She did it five to six times.
total. She did it once a week while she was there. She was there for a little over a month.
She did EMDR, which is another thing that, and also something called somatic, which basically
helps her reimagine traumatic experiences and kind of get over them. Willhouse treat sex
addition, compulsion, love addiction, drug addiction, a bunch of shit. And she was there for a bit.
Okay. So they went over her recovery over there. And they also went over how she got off of opiates in
22. At Willhouse, she was given a questionnaire of hundreds of questions. And then they sent,
they showed a text message from 2014, or no, sorry, January of 2016. And she says to Diddy,
I liked me better in the Bahamas. Sorry, I've been upset. I'm frustrated with myself. I'm
depressed. I love you. Go have fun. Diddy says, yeah, because I love you. And sex with you means a lot to me.
I love you too. Do you know?
Diddy says, you know we have a lot of freakoffs.
We need to have a proper freakoff without ketamine.
Don't be mad.
A successful freakoff without ketamine.
So they used a lot of ketamine.
The drugs that Diddy and Cassie used guys were a bunch of recreational drugs.
Okay.
They used GHB, cocaine, ketamine, ecstasy, Mali.
Yeah.
Those are a bunch of party drugs, basically, is what they used.
Oh, and they used the percocets and oxycodone quite a bit as well.
They were both addicted to opiates heavy, especially Cassie.
Cassie was addicted to opiates very badly.
Let's see here.
And then they went back looking at text messages from 2010, how, you know, they were so romantic with each other, et cetera,
how she wanted to do these freakoffs.
Cassie, and then also they went over the breakup with Gina.
So they talked about how Gina was someone that Cassie didn't like and Diddy would lie and get back with her,
even though he said that he wasn't with her to Cassie.
And they ended up coming to a head in about 2015, where she broke up with him while she was filming in South Africa,
because she saw a video of him and Gina together.
Okay.
And that's why they ended up getting back together in 2016.
So then getting back together again in 2016, hence the whole event that happened in March of 20th.
So they break up in 2015 while she's filming the movie, right?
They get back together in January of 2016.
Then the event happens in March 2016, and then they take a break after that, and then they get back together again.
As you guys can see, very toxic and adversarial relationship where they're going back and forth with each other all the time.
Okay?
Crazy, crazy stuff.
Guys, we got about 3,000 young ninjas in here watching.
So do me a favor.
Like the video.
Also, let me put up.
Fix a... let me add something here that I didn't get to add yet.
Boom, boom, boom.
All right, let's add that in there.
Okay.
Cool.
And I dropped some of my fucking Andrew Mc.
Sorry, chap.
Oh, man.
Fucking spilled some of that Celsius, man.
What the fuck.
See, where's a woman when you need her, bro?
We need something cleaned?
You got to do it yourself.
It just sucks, man.
Anyway, let's get back to a ninjas.
All right.
Be guys' boots knocked over the drink.
All right.
I'm exhausted, chat.
I ain't going out of y'all.
Let's get to, uh, let's get to, uh,
1,000 likes.
We're at 9-01.
Okay, now we're going to get into the crazy stuff.
All right?
You niggas ready?
Let's get to 1,000 likes so I can get into the crazy shit.
crack that 1,000
1,000 my ninjas
Guys by the way is the camera straight
As I wait for us to hit 1,000 here
Is the camera straight here?
Looks like it's quicken to me
But maybe it's straight
All right, Maherne, get to it bro
Is it a camera straight, right guys?
Yeah, I'm running on like about
Three hours of sleep in the last like
Gotta be like 70 hours, bro
Not three hours, probably like
Five or six
In the last like three days
Okay.
Are we at 1,000 inches?
You guys better like the video, bro.
This is my third attempt at filming for you guys, bro.
I haven't slept and I'm still here, man.
I'm still cooking because I don't want to fucking give up on you guys
because you guys don't give up on me, by the way.
All right, we hit the 1K.
All right.
So Cassie broke up with Diddy after the Gina photo, okay, came out.
She brought, that was pretty much like the last straw.
Kind of, the last straw.
She started dating her husband in 2018 after,
telling Diddy it's over.
However, keep in mind that she was still seeing him periodically.
They were still doing freakoffs and shit.
So despite the fact that they were done, allegedly,
they were still doing freakoffs and talking, okay?
So she still communicated with Diddy after saying it's over,
and this was often the relationship dynamic.
Now, she saw Diddy in August of 2018 for dinner.
He told her to go with him to Burning Man.
They had been there before.
From her perspective, they were no longer together.
Cassie says, I just don't trust anymore.
I promise I wouldn't be with you if we do that again.
You wanted me to be a machine.
The test shot put the nail in the, oh, the last shot or put the nail in the coffin was Gina.
She never went away.
Okay.
So again, from her perspective, they weren't together.
they were seeing and she was seeing her current husband at the time this guy named Alex the personal
trainer okay did he so um they went out to dinner okay they went out to dinner um in august of 2018 all right
and she says she claims they went to dinner in malibu at this Italian restaurant
he took her home, he went into her house with her, and he raped her in her living room.
Okay?
That's what she's alleging.
Now, the lawsuit says, and this is where the defense kind of comes in here, the lawsuit says that the rape happened in September of 2018.
They went to the Thai restaurant in Malibu, and he forced himself into the house and kissed her.
And then that led to, you know, the other situation.
Then she met agents in November of 2023 post-laws lawsuit in New York City.
two weeks after.
She told the government,
aka government agents,
HSI agents and the AOSAs,
that the incident happened
after Burning Man in September of 2018.
He was being,
and then she also said
that he was being nice,
but strangely anxious
when they met for dinner.
She told the government
he had bipolar disorder,
and he didn't stop
when she told him to stop
when he was doing what he was doing,
when he was great for her.
Then she met agents
and agents,
April 2025 and told them that the rape was in September of 2018, met with government in April
to prepare for trial.
So what does this all mean?
So, and this is what the defense is trying to get out here.
And then we're going to get to the next part.
Okay, guys?
So the government is saying, well, in your court testimony in this trial, you're alleging
that you got raped in August.
but your lawsuits and your documentation and the reports with the agents since September of 2018.
Now, it's also important because the defense brought this in as well, and I don't think a lot of people notice this.
The defense said, you changed your month that you got raped after you got prepared for trial.
Okay?
A lot of you guys don't know this.
When you go to trial, this is me and my insight now, because I've actually been a trial, I can talk about this.
When you go to trial, one of the critical things that the AUSAs do is they prepare the witnesses.
They give them evidence.
They refresh their memory, et cetera.
So when she went and testified in court, she said August of 2018.
But all the legal documents include the reports of investigation from HSI and her civil lawsuit, right, that she got the $20 million for, by the way.
and 24 hours that she settled under said September of 2018.
Now, some people might say,
well, you know, Myron, is that, you know, that big of a difference?
It's a month, whatever.
I understand.
Yeah, D.Bs, thank you for the, you know, a happy birthday wish.
Who is that?
Jen Matthias.
Thank you, thank you.
She says, one time for the birthday, bitch.
Thank you.
Thank you for the birthday wish, girl.
And that perspective.
I'm trying to make it for y'all.
I'm trying to make it.
I got to, somebody says, you're not making it until midnight.
I'm going to make it to the midnight.
I'm going to make it to midnight.
I feel bad because I'm sitting here and not talking.
That's the only problem.
Because I like, I like try to entertain y'all.
So me just sitting here watching this video is like, torture.
We're all human.
We might not know exactly.
It's a formative.
Right?
Let's take Cassie side here, play the devil's Adam kid.
This is seven years ago.
It's a month.
I'm not hanging in.
It's still relatively close.
Fair.
but the reason why the defense is bringing this up is what's going to come next.
That's why I wanted to explain that all to you guys.
Give me ones if that makes sense before I get into the next part.
Okay, I want to really make sure that you can just get this.
Again, we're giving the best fucking breakdown on this case on the fucking internet, by the way.
And we've got a bunch of witnesses that we're going to cover.
This isn't just Cassie.
An HSI agent testifier, we're going to go over her testimony because she fucked up a little bit too.
For anyone that wants to be law enforcement, you guys are going to actually learn quite a bit here when I go over the agent testimony.
me. So you guys are going to get a fucking breakdown here. That ain't nobody fucking going to be
able to do. And I'm doing this thing at 11 o'clock, 1130 at night, pound and Celsius for you
guys. Third try, it is what it is. Okay. Perfect. See, I got it. Okay. So you guys see the
discrepancy here that the defense was trying to get on it. Then it gets crazy, chat. Then it
gets crazy. So August 21st of 2018, Cassie says, hit me back when you can.
with a heart emoji.
Diddy says, okay, I'm in an investor conference.
Diddy says, I'm calling,
goes going straight to voicemail.
She says, thank you.
Did he says, I know I look bad to you.
I could tell you weren't turned on.
I fell off.
I'll get my shit together.
Guys, this is the day after,
or shortly after,
she was allegedly raped.
Why are you sending your rapist?
Hit me when you came with a heart emoji.
Right?
Doesn't make sense.
So she saw Diddy a month later, okay?
Because, you know, they had been together for 10 years.
They had feelings for each other, et cetera.
Right?
She admitted this.
She said she couldn't turn her feelings off.
She still had feelings for him.
This was at Andre Harrell's birthday party where they linked up again.
She didn't hate him after August 2018.
Says she does not hate him now.
she has love.
And then the defense attorney asked her these questions,
do you hate Diddy?
Do you hate him now?
And she says no.
And then they said, do you have love for Diddy?
She says she has love for the past.
That's what she said on the stand.
And when asked if she has love for Diddy now,
the government basically said objection or whatever.
So moving forward, right, August 25th of 2018.
Now this is days after the alleged.
rape and then rekindling, if I'm not mistaken, they had a text conversation, okay?
And they basically broke up saying they were both heartbroken, okay?
Fast forward to...
I don't got no coffee today, Shad.
September 12th...
I really need to sleep anyway, so, like, I know it's going to sound mad, like, it's definitely
on some uncish old nigger shit just because of the show yesterday and really not only this
trial, but other shit, I'm actually, as soon as like...
it on stream i'm going to sleep like i'm probably going to put me well everybody going to just keep
calling my phone so but i got to get us i got to get some sleep 2018 see messages him how's yoga
is it safe to date now the reason why she said how's yoga is because he was seeing his yoga instructor
romantically and she had heard this from through it from the great mind so she said i guess it's
I assume it's safe for me to date because, as you guys know,
Didi's extremely jealous and he didn't want anyone to date her.
Even when they had breaks, they were still talking to each other,
still doing freakoffs, whatever.
So he didn't want her with other people unless he was basically in a corner, it seems.
And another big thing,
Diddy had a big issue with her dating other celebrities.
Very important for you guys to know.
He did not want her dating other celebrities because I think it's a status thing and it makes
look bad.
One thing I will say about Diddy that I've noticed through in the course of this,
trial is that he did a really good job of covering his tracks, guys. For 20 years,
this guy was doing this shit and nobody had a fucking clue. All right? Anyway,
so she says, she messaged him saying, how's yoga? Is it, I assume it's safe to date.
He seems confused when he messes her back. What does yoga have to do with me? He says.
She says, I heard you're dating. Did he denies the dating, saying he's not seeing anybody.
Cassidy says, maybe you've been dating.
all along. Clearly she doesn't believe him. Did he asked, who is he dating playing dumb?
She tries dropping and says she needs to stop caring. She admits she cared about him still at this point.
This is 2018 now, September of 2018, okay? Did he ask to talk about it if she is dating other people?
And then Cassie says, if you're in LA next week, we can talk. Okay? Mind you guys, all this
communication is after the alleged rape. Okay?
and she started dating her husband in 2018.
So she was seeing her man while still communicating with Diddy.
All right?
Fast forward to September 26, 2018.
They text each other.
Do what you do.
Go public.
Don't call me.
This is what Diddy said to her.
You don't get it.
Let's talk tomorrow.
Did he says, I don't want to have Convo if we break up again.
I need you to love me.
Cassie says, I do love you.
I just don't want to be one of your girlfriends anymore.
As you guys know, Cassie always had a problem with just being like a freak off girl.
Though she did get the benefit of being on the red carpet with him and hanging out and getting in the public eye,
he never really spent that much time with her outside of sex, contrary to popular belief.
He gave a lot of that time to Kim Porter.
And Cassie was always jealous of that.
Okay?
So he responds, I need to hold you.
Cassie says, let's get up tomorrow.
I got studio.
Diddy says, can I hold you, or are you going to break up with me?
She says tomorrow.
Did he says, again, can I hold you?
Is it a no or yes?
She says, well, just embrace.
And then he says, you still got your humor.
Can't wait.
She says, can't wait to see you too.
Diddy, if I can't know where you live,
because he asked her what her address was, I guess,
and she didn't give him the address.
And he responded by saying,
if I can't know where you live,
that's too far for me.
And she says,
I don't know what to say.
I choose my sanity.
I'm sleeping well and gained weight.
And then he says,
I respect your sanity.
This is Ditty responding.
I'm no stalker.
Focus on you, love.
Right?
And then Cassie says,
well, I was looking forward to hugging you.
Right?
So he kind of cuts it.
He does it.
He says, okay, well, look, I'm not no stalker.
You focus on you, love.
And she says, I was looking forward to hugging you.
And she goes, I'd rather talk in person.
I'm going to call you, pick up, it's important.
This is September 26th.
Now, we fast 14 September 27.
They met in person.
They had sex that night.
She got a face-sum call from who?
Her fucking now husband, Alex, while they were fucking.
Or while they were in bed together.
She didn't know whether they were actually.
smashing when the phone call came, but the point is that he facetime called her while she was in bed
with Diddy.
She denied the face time call.
She told Diddy she had a great night.
Diddy saw the call.
Okay?
Her current husband knew that she was with Diddy.
She doesn't know.
So the defense attorney asked her, does your current husband know that you were with
Diddy?
She responded, she doesn't know if he knew.
Alex figured out she had sex with Dity.
Diddy. She ignored the face-time call.
And then she claimed her husband had punched the wall when she told him that Diddy raped her.
And this was the Mach Pryor. Okay.
She kept talking to Diddy after sex on September 27th.
Okay? October 5th, Diddy says, I'm going to fall back.
Call me when you need me.
Cassidy says, I'm lost without you.
November 15, 2018, Kim Porter passes away.
Cassie went to the memorial in Georgia.
She flew there, November 19, 2018.
Diddy says to Cassie, you just left me.
I needed to leave for my grandma, she responds.
You compared me to Gina and said Kim was a soulmate.
So basically, Diddy posted after Kim Porter died that she was a soulmate,
that pissed Cassie off.
I love you, but I got to go to my family.
This is Cassie.
We're talking to Diddy.
Hit me if you need me, love you too.
And she admits to understand that that that Diddy had really hurt her feelings, and he got back with Gina.
So when Diddy posted that Kim Porter was his soulmate, she said, what was the 11 years about?
If Kim Porter was your soulmate, what was I doing these past 11 years?
She felt betrayed.
She said, I understand she never saw Diddy after that memorial service.
People tried to get her to contact Diddy again, Laura of London,
Dante Nash, but it never happened.
And she ended up getting married later.
So after she got married,
Did he reached out a bunch of different times, right?
Sending love, right?
So in 2019, you reached out to a bunch of times
and she didn't respond, really, okay?
Basically, in the defense, showed this.
Sending love, congrats, you're going to be a beautiful mother.
Cassie would send short replies like, you know, thank you, God bless.
Did he would say, had a dream about you, just sending love, God bless.
He's saying, congrats when she's having children, because at this point, she's married.
She has kids.
2020, he reaches out to her again saying, hey, hope all is well.
She says, thank you.
He says, you know, love, you know, how's your family?
You know, just checking up on each other.
And he drops a bomb on her, right?
He says, he sends her positive message, and he says, this is in May of 2020.
He says, and I think I wrote down the full message here somewhere.
Basically, I'm summarizing it for you guys.
And a lot of these text messages, I'm summarizing for you guys.
But basically what he did was he told her that he was, she was his ride or die.
He loves her.
He would like to talk to her one day for closure.
You know, he says that she's a queen.
She was one of the best women and is one of the best women in the world.
And he actually takes accountability.
He says, I hope you don't hate me.
And I hope we can have a sit down in enclosure one day.
And she actually responds to it.
And she says, sorry, I had to gather my thoughts.
That blew me away.
I wouldn't be at this beautiful point of my life without you.
And she goes on and says positive things about him as well.
And this is important, guys, because at this point, it's 2020.
Okay?
They haven't seen each other for almost two years.
So she's saying that she's at this beautiful point in her life because it didn't.
Right?
So the defense was using this to say, like, look, you're saying good things about him.
And the other thing that she said on the stand, the reason why she responded to the text that way is because it was the first time that he, like, acknowledged her and, like, kind of took accountability for wrong in her.
So this was very important to her when there's no sound, guys?
Hold on.
Guys, there's no sound?
Give me O splash.
The audio is good, guys.
Okay, there is sound
Okay, okay, okay
Okay, because the mic
turned off
And someone said there's no sound
Bro
See audio trolls, bro?
See why I hate these audio troll niggas
Bro?
See, they're fucking up for everybody, man
What the fuck?
All right, let me plug this shit in real quick, man.
Fucking losers, bro.
Yo, Mads,
ban these niggas
have been trolling for sound, bro.
You guys know,
I don't let anything fly in the chat
But when it comes to the trolling on audio, man,
like that shit's fucked
because it fucks it up for everybody else
and you get my train of thought fucked up.
So yeah, bro.
Fucking mods, get rid of these niggas, man.
Let me plug this shit in so I can use this road mic again
in a second, guys.
Give me a second.
All right, 50 minutes.
Because the road mic does make the audio better chat,
but it fucking died.
But I'll tell you how this, this trip,
definitely,
um,
this trip definitely got me,
uh,
like I'm going to definitely do some upgrades
because I'm going to come back for,
um,
for, I'm definitely going to come back for closing arguments.
At the end of this trial, probably sometime in the summer,
I'm going to come back like fucking ready to go with some like fire.
So this trip, I was able to identify some things that I need to do.
So anyway, back to what I was saying.
Okay, audio's my bueno.
Okay. Let's see here.
So yeah, so, so, so they, with Cassie, right, when it comes to the,
So when he sent this message to her in May of 2020,
basically praising her saying that she's a great woman,
she's a great mother, she was his ride or die,
he loves her, she has a special place for him, you know.
And he says all these things,
and he says, I hope you don't hate me, right?
You know, and he said that he's been doing like some soul searching
and all his other stuff, and he's like, you know, done some work on himself.
Like, she really appreciated that,
and that's why she said, hey, I had to gather my thoughts and respond.
And that's when she said, you know,
I wouldn't be in this beautiful place
without you, blah, blah, blah.
And the defense made sure to accentuate that
that way.
So you have to gather your thoughts
and you still sent that to him?
You know, this is after the rape.
Because, guys, mind you,
she claimed that they raped her,
but she continued to have conversation with him.
She continued to meet up with him.
And then they had sex after that consensually
and her boyfriend at the time
who was their husband now.
Fucking FaceTime call her.
Insane.
In fucking sane, chat.
Insane.
Red pill shit all over this, man.
red pill shit all over this this case is like red pill uh truth bombs getting thrown everywhere law enforcement
shit true crime it's a combination of everything holly so guys like the video by the way we only got
1.5k likes we only got one point we should be we should be at like three this is my third show for you
niggas um let's see here and we still got more heat so let's see here so next um
So she says they never sat that,
they never had that sit down enclosure.
She still battle with addiction.
She left Willa House summer of 2023.
Her and her husband moved into her parents'
with her kids and parents.
Okay, so now the government segues.
So once they got done with the text messages
and her meeting up with Diddy
and the whole FaceTime call, etc.
Because, yo, bro, even I said in court,
I was like, holy shit, she's cooked.
Right?
I said, I think you started laughing because everyone was like
gasping.
when they found out that she was fucking ditty
and her man FaceTime called her, right?
I wish I was in a courtroom to look at
and see, he probably turned red bro.
Because I'll tell you guys this,
the past two days when I was in the courtroom
because I wasn't in the main courtroom today.
Some bullshit happened.
But he was like turning red bro,
and the guy, like, was clearly uncomfortable.
So anyway,
oh, hold on the second, chat.
Let me, ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch.
We got, let's see here.
We got 5K on Twitter.
Shout to you, Ninja's watching on Twitter.
as well.
Guys, like the video.
Let's get to 2,000 likes at least.
At least.
All right, 10 minutes.
Your boy is not slapped.
I'm dying right now.
But I'm still here for you guys because I love you,
ninjas.
Okay.
We're at 1.6.
Smash it.
Pause.
Okay.
So now the defense started to attack her finances.
I told you guys, I, I love it how I, like, called it,
what the defense was going to do.
Everything I said the defense was going to do, they did.
on cross-examination.
They attacked her credibility.
They attacked her rape story.
They attacked her sexual past.
They attacked how she cheats on her boyfriends.
They attacked her for setting up these freak-offs and being engaged in them and being,
you know, a dirty talker, et cetera.
They went over all of that shit.
Then, as I predicted, they left the best for last, the money.
Okay?
They got into the fucking money.
So they asked her, you and your husband move back to Connecticut.
with your parents in your home, your child at home,
which is a modest home compared to what you had been living before.
And she said yes.
And she didn't directly admit that it was like financial problems,
but she said that she moved back with her parents.
So they asked her, how are you making income?
How are you guys making money?
And they asked her if she was performing in 2023.
And she said she wasn't sure how much she was performing in 2023,
but she was getting ready for a tour in 2020.
It was a world tour.
And her man was kind of doing some personal training.
He was a former personal trainer.
So let's see here.
So they were kind of coming in from that angle.
So she was working.
She was making music with Matt Testa.
And then she did the lawsuit.
And after she won the lawsuit and settled for the 20 million,
guess what she did?
She canceled the tour.
And the defense kind of just put that out there for the job.
jury, right? And just so you guys know, when the whole rape thing came out and it kind of like
was shown that she met up with Diddy and she had sex with him after, jurors were like visibly
like perturbed by that. Okay, they're like, what the fuck like, bro, you know, did you rape me?
Did he not? He came in your house. Then you hit him up the day after with a fucking heart.
Like, you know, and then you guys meet up after you guys smash. You guys are meeting up and parties
and shit. What's going on here? Right. So this was also revealing that she canceled her tour,
her world tour because she's supposed to go on
different places after she won the 20 million.
Okay? And then
the day that
the video went viral, the one I showed you guys
about the Intercontinental where she got
attacked by Diddy, she posted on Instagram
your chat. This is the long
it's like eight minutes of my life, bro. Jesus Christ.
All right, man.
That DRock was that sinister
and knew what he was doing.
Nikki.
I thank you for the $34.
Why 34?
Thank you for the 34.
She says,
Happy birthday, Big Act.
Thank you.
I can't believe that.
That he knew what he was doing
and getting big to that party.
I knew that Puff Mayor promised him something.
Puff Mayor promised D-Rock something
to help him get big to that party.
Because for some reason,
Big had to be at that party,
because Puff is the one
who, and you'll see in Kirkborough's papers, that Puff was the one who scratched out
big trip from going to London and then turned around and lied that Big didn't want to go to
London, which was a bunch of crop. You understand what I'm saying? Because he asked Clark Kent
to go to London with him, he asked Clark Kent to go to London with him. And Clark Kent was going to go to
London with him. God bless the dead. You understand?
I Kent told that story.
Now, in this trial,
Cassie was telling how D-Rock and Puff
was trying to line Shug Niter.
But like I said, I'm not going to get into that right now.
I'm just going to get in the fact that D. Rock has been with Puff since Big D.D.
You understand?
He went and did a little time, and when he was in jail,
He was letting everybody know when he come home, Puff was going to take care of him.
And he became head of Puff security, making sure Puff was all right.
Puff also gave him that clothing line, which was bully.
It was Biggs ideal, but it was invisible bully.
It's just, it's hard for me to even concentrate.
Oh, damn.
No, that would be you.
No, my name.
Look at my tini's.
You like what, what are these black tities?
My why are you such a piece of shit?
Oh what the fuck?
Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
Wow.
Wait, Shorty's topless?
How is she out in public topless?
No, no.
The island boys are fighting each other, the brothers?
I should try, though.
Oh my god, they're actually trying.
Wait, why didn't that?
Oh, they're trying.
A lot of sexual tension, though.
Holy fuck.
Yeah!
They're trying.
Why did this fight like two girls?
They ain't trying shit.
Y'all, quit that pitted pad of shit.
Yeah, they fight like two girls.
Why did this fight like that?
They're not fighting me like that.

He's still in his feet, though.
He's solid.

He might go down.

He's not.
He lost the point there.
So far, oblivion's winning.
When you lose a point, what is that like in boxing?
How much is it?
You already lost a round.
Oh, automatically.
Yeah, and there's only three rounds.
Someone's getting knocked out, man.
Oh, yeah, this fight is not going to distance.
This is a main fucking event.
This is a main fucking event.
This was the main of, yeah.
He's breathing hard now.
Oblivion looks very calm and content.

Here we go.
That's the last round.
of the final fight of brand risk and we see a knockout we want to see a knockout
here we go guys the other dude's going for it yeah he is they're both gonna go for it
yep that's power slim jimmy's trying to get into them the other dude like trains
with actual boxers and like actual like real legendary boxing
coaches.
How much happening?
They're waiting.
Kimmy's finding that reach now.
He's got a, he's got to slip and hit him.
Jimmy knows he's got to make something happen here, which is that point early on.
I agree.
That point will we fuck him up, bro.
Oh, he finished that, yeah.
Oh, Flog, missed.
One minute.
I think this is a dub for Slim Jimmy as long as he don't get knocked out.
It don't look like he don't get knocked out.
He just tackled at me.

and Wiley Discord stream again
I do got to get on
I haven't been on Discord in a while on stream
I gotta go do it again
Thank you to all my people watching
on Rumble
If you're watching on Facebook
Shout to you guys
as well. Shout to the people on the academy. Shout out to the people who watch from King
Academics. And of course, shout out to Kick Gang. Chat, I am going to sleep. It's my birthday,
but you know what I mean? I don't know if I'm unstatus yet, but maybe I am getting old when
you start your birthday off with taking a nap, right? But yeah, chat, no, it's been a tremendous
last couple of days, really surreal last night. I felt like I celebrated my birthday last night.
I haven't ever.
You guys gave me on, like a,
that was a memory that I'll definitely remember
for the rest of my life.
Like it was the best birthday ever, honestly.
Best birthday event ever.
I love it.
I appreciate you guys.
I'm going to spend some time, obviously, with family,
and then I will be back on here for you guys,
which are my family as well.
So, chat, let me go take a nap, bro.
All right?
I love y'all.
I'll see y'all tomorrow.
