I don't want to get into the details of that, but I was interviewing AJ. And I asked a question. I said, well, and I used a word or a phrase to describe what I thought was the action. She ignored everybody else and only sued me.

I've never met her. Think about this. I want to show you what celebrity life is. I've never met this woman. I didn't fly out this woman. I spoke to her once because she was confused when she came to New York. She claimed she thought she was meeting with me. And I was like, I never talked to you before, a woman.

But because I talked about it on the stream, she's suing me for defamation. I've spent $200,000 on it. She's probably spent zero. because her lawyers are doing for free. The reason why I'm using me as an example is because it's going to lead into the Shannon Sharp shit. I'm being mad, transparent.

And I'm also giving an update on my situation. When this woman first came to me over two and a half years ago, she came with a plan, with her lawyer. And again, it's important that I use my situation that y'all know I'm not talking out my ass when I'm covering these. shits because I had to pay the bread and I still pay the bread. They just hit me right now saying, hey, I want to get into lawyers. So they're like, hey, you got to refill the blah, blah, blah, blah.

We need like $8 grand. To this day, I still got to pay the lawyers. Or they're going to be like, all right, we're going to withdraw and you get another lawyer. I got the best lawyers. Anyway, here's what. So two, over two years ago, this woman and her lawyer approached us right before Christmas. and said, we're going to sue you for defamation,

but we're suing your friend, who's a chat nigger, AJ. And we're suing him for revenge porn. We're going to just put, oh, yeah, don't lawsuit. They approached me to say, Act, do you want your name being associated with, now the defamation is one thing,

but she was accused in AJ of revenge porn. but because she was sued multiple people my name was going to be attached to it so basically by the way to this day she doesn't sue she hasn't sued AJ she's only sued me basically was just like do you want your name being attached to this allegation remember I never met this person

they sent a demand letter asking for $300,000 right before Christmas and they said if they said you have until I think it was like New Year's to give us an answer. Otherwise, we're going to the press. $300,000. Suing is easier than only fans than prostitution.

My lawyer tried, my lawyer's doing their due diligence. We had a call. They said, hey, we have to discuss their offer. I told my lawyer, I will drain every dollar in my bank account. I will spend $20 million. I'm not giving that bitch $300,000. you're crazy as fuck because i know what extortion is i know and i've realized and i've covered a lot of

I was going back and forth to Miami a lot that time. I'd never seen the lawsuit. They claimed that some person walked up to the crib. I'd never seen it. I was in a different state a lot. And I have also headquarters that I also frequent because I think I was on the contract to do podcast there. They don't want to go to trial with me.

You know why? It's not a case. It's a stick up. So for three years, I've paid $200,000 for lawyers that have literally all they've done, like my lawyer, so the latest update,

my lawyer just came back and said, we just had an oral argument in appellate court. I said, what's an oral argument for? They claim that the first judge that said they wouldn't grant a, they wanted a default judgment. So when you see this shit like this, oh, 9.8 million, that's a default judgment, which means you ignore the lawsuit.

They wanted that on me, but I got my lawyers and my lawyers said, hey, no, no, we're responding. They don't have a case. They don't want to go to trial with me. Because it's a stick up. For two years, and New York courts are very slow.

It's in New York Supreme Court. Y'all can go look at it. I know my name, listen to now. Go look it up. But you got to go look up the appellate. The actual court hasn't ruled in a year and a half because they're appealing the fact that the judge, because they were about to put in one of these,

it's called a default judgment. And then the judge says, oh, shit, his lawyer responded. No, no, no, no. The court system isn't meant for, oh, we sued you, but you didn't hear about it, so we're going to pay you this money. No, no, it's, we want to know the facts. They appealed it, and finally, there was, um, on a, recently we had an oral argument,

which is later going to lead to that judge making a decision, Chad, and I'm not even speaking on a turn. The legal system isn't meant to be manipulated like this. But I'm just trying to tell you, and I'm giving you a real perspective of bullshit lawsuits that cost niggas money. Okay. No matter even, like, I'm very confident that this is going to turn out. favorable for me? It's a bullshit thing.

Shorty, you do only fans. You said I called you a P-word and that defamed you that ruined your life and how. But here's the thing. I'm out of $200,000. The only thing, there's something called an anti-SLAPP law. I could try to get my legal fees back from her. She don't got $200,000, I think. So it's like, what do you do? You got to realize these companies, like, I got a good law firm. They built hourly for anything. They'd be like, hey, we sent two emails. We had to consult this expert. We called the court. We were, and they're like, they're sending you an invoice. You're like, what the fuck? 800 an hour for this guy

800 an hour for this woman You find out you got three of the best attorneys You think you don't pay Danny three thousand an hour For them to rep you And you know what the other person is saying They're saying Oh we knew that's what's going to happen

You're a celebrity, you're rich You should have just paid us I'm gonna get it off of me and just get to Shana Sharp Now Let's do the math chat The chick acts for $300,000 before this all started. I'm down $200,000 already.

But I'm standing on principle. We haven't got to discovery. If we haven't got to discovery, we ain't even get to, oh, they were trying to force us into like mediation or what's called? So like in New York, there's so many cases. They're forcing select cases into mediation to say, try to work this out without getting to court.

You think that other lawyer that represents them, they ain't saying, you know, you could have just, that $200,000 and mad calls with your lawyers, you could have paid us to $300,000. And actually, we asked for $300. Maybe you could have counted with two. You would have been good. That's the thing.

So stick up. That's the point. Now, the reason why, and I'm being very honest about my situation, and I know it's still current, but it's super frivolous. It's defamation, right? The reason why I didn't pay that is because I knew if it was ever seen that, and by the way, at that point, this was before all this other bullshit ever happened to me, before another chick sued me and before, shit, I got a dog bite, shit, whatever.

I didn't pay that because I didn't want a headline to say, academic settling. with a woman. It wasn't going to save for defamation.
