And when the narrative versus the people don't like you.
Now, we never see him.
He never come outside.
We'll never see this man.
All right.
We saw him, but, you know, it was cool.
You talked, it's cool.
Can't win the narrative.
Anyway, chat, I'm here.
Y'all know what I'm saying?
Fuck up the street.
I planned it really meticulously.
No streak fucking up.
Court just start an hour ago.
We're going to vibe for about, I'll give you like 15, 10, 15 minutes.
Get everybody caught up.
Because I know we didn't stream on the academy yesterday when I went live.
from the D, pause, no ditty, okay?
What else?
What else?
What else?
Oh yeah, a couple other hip-hop topics we'll get to.
But, oh, yeah, we got to finish what happened day 20, the evening session, because I dipped for that.
We have, there was no morning session today, so we're going to be tapped in, all right?
All right, all right, all right, all, all.
So welcome, people.
Welcome, welcome.
I missed you, too.
I hope you missed me.
We're day three of our new streak to get to 30.
If you guys don't know, I did cut stream a little bit early yesterday.
You know, I had to go watch a concert,
and I went to go watch the Kendrick Lamar and Cizza Grand National Stadium concert
that happened at Ford's Field in Detroit.
So if you don't know, I'm not in the district.
Detroit. So I had to go catch a plane and then go to the show. But nevertheless, I did. I gave a
concert review about last night. I told you the concert started off strong, ended strong.
There was some highlights, but I will be honest as well, there's some moments. I feel the crowd
was just standing around like, either what is this or just kind of like, all right, I don't know
this song, maybe, right? I stand corrected. I thought maybe it would be a way. It would be a
one-to-one ratio.
Maybe Kendrick fans
was equal to the amount of Siss of fans.
It was very clear to me.
Mostly, it felt like it was two to one.
So about 66% were like
mainly Kendrick fans.
And what I mean by his fans,
and I have to address this,
the people you see on Twitter tweeting,
the K-bots, not one of them were there.
Now, someone brought up a really
interested and valid point to me.
Who brought us up to me?
actually shout to Ty it
Tybrod this Sunday
She said
It's well
The K-bots kind of broke
But the reason why
Because when I was looking around the crowd
For the demographics
It was a lot of parents
That came with their little kids
Little Timmy's
You know
Little Janes
Or whatever
Like it was just little boys and girls
That were usually white
And
For all the cultural shit
You hear Kendrick talk about
The concert was
pretty much very Caucasian.
Okay? Now, I said
that's not a problem because when you
get to stadium status, it's only a few
rappers or a few people, period,
I've seen do even
an arena and it's majority black.
Rod wave shit is majority black. I ain't on cap with you.
Rod wave shit. But I don't know
how you turn that into a stadium because you got
to charge higher prices than there. Burner
was the only one. Burner boy is the only person
I see did a stadium and I ain't going to lie,
man. Niggas was coming in at their cool fees
and they got them, they looked like they had pots of
Joloff Rice under their arm, they had city field lit.
So I didn't really, you know, I did point out that the demographics, you know,
for the people you see on Twitter arguing, none of them are there.
Not one of them.
Like, it's mostly young white kids.
And, yeah, there's obviously black people there, duh.
But if we're talking about the majority of the demographic, that's what I saw.
But somebody did point out to me, well, it's because of the ticket prices.
When you get to venues like stadiums, the ticket prices starts getting inflated and not saying black people are broke, but it then becomes more attractive to a different demographic.
You get what I'm saying?
Like, for example, I can't wait to, well, do we ever look at young boys' ticket prices?
Even though that's not fair to look at his ticket prices now because he's in high demand.
So with demand prices go up.
But I'd probably say look at Rod Wave.
Look at Rod Wave average ticket price.
and then look at a, I don't know, look at the drinks.
And by the way, this is not shitting on nobody.
I'm just making observations.
You go to a drink concert, mostly white people too.
But I think people kind of knew that.
And mostly women too, right?
Thought people do that.
Well, I was eating before, sorry.
Yeah, so the concert for me starts out very strong.
dot goes through well first of mustard does a set i thought he did a phenomenal set he had all these
people swag surfing in there you know he's playing a great mix of you know these teeny bob songs but
are super pop but also like cultural songs sexy red bha about all of that did a really good job
really good set i think he ended it out with a put a new fungies on the jeep that's obviously
his song with uh roddy rich pretty good song or that's a pretty good set
I didn't know how, you know, I didn't look at set lists before.
But Kendrick actually is the first person to come out.
Like the fucking, the car comes up and Kendra comes out and he starts, he goes off for 20 minutes.
I'm not going to lie.
Other than the end of the show, the beginning of the show is a highlight.
He hits you with a bunch of songs.
Even, he does half of the, because you know the TV off song, right?
The TV off song is two songs or the beat changes in the middle of it.
He does even the first part of that, too.
He doesn't squabble up.
We incarnated.
No, man.
I woke up, niggil got a problem,
and that's the other thing I got to say.
When people say, why do I go to the concert,
brother, this is my, like, again,
just like, and I told Dave Free,
because Dave Free was mad passionate.
Like, I seen, like, his eyes was, like, almost watering.
I don't, like, not like he's crying,
but, like, he seemed passionate.
What he was talking to me about, like, some of the lines that may have been crossed.
This is my job, gang.
Okay?
I don't know these niggas, and I don't take it that personal, okay?
Ain't one of these niggas ever put hands on me?
They have said shit about me, and I, y'all know I'm capable of saying shit about them.
So I don't take it that personal.
Them niggas clearly have taken very personal, and I could understand.
But Drake has taken a personal, too.
And I'll get into those conversations.
But, yeah, I wouldn't take it.
the concert because I think this is going to be one of the biggest and most historic concerts
of our lifetime.
So I was glad to go.
So again, just reviewing it, starts out hot, Cizza comes on.
Now, the only, and I try to tell people I'm biased, I'm a little biased with the Cizza music.
I don't know, I know three of her songs.
Every time I meet a woman, they love Cizza, like they love Cizza.
So me judging her parts of the show is probably biased.
because I was mostly looking at the crowd to see who's singing along.
I didn't know the songs, right?
Her first set, though, I seen good reaction to it.
Then they basically just alternate.
Kendra comes back out again, does some more shit.
But this time he does a little bit different
because he's also like spacing it up and it's not just high tempo.
I love the first part because it was high tempo.
it was a damn near singing along.
It felt like you were in a party.
Right?
But then he slows it down.
He's kind of doing more cuts-type records.
He's doing different versions of records
where it's like, you know,
Bits Don't Kill My Vibe feels like it's a buildup
and an interpolation with some other shit,
but it's only meant for the performance.
You've never heard this version before.
I think the same with swimming pools probably.
And even when they do Mad City, was it Mad City or Backs?
I think it's Mad City.
Either that or back street freestyle
It's not the normal
No, no, I think it's Mad City
It's a melody type of joint
Okay, so yeah, all that happens
And, um
Yeah, they kind of switch
And as I said, I'm watching
There is some dull moments
But there's always moments that everybody's like
Into it
So it's like an up and down type of thing
You know, I might also have
unrealistic expectations
I just went to the weekend concert.
I obviously, I'm a huge weekend fan musically,
even though I didn't know some of his songs
because some of the pop stuff, like, I don't know.
But I listened to the entire stadium
sing their hearts out for the entire show.
And maybe that's my fault to think
that's the sign of a really good concert.
Right?
What I came away with is that I think Dot
has new audience that don't know everything.
There were certain pockets that turned up for certain shit.
When he brought it back to Good Kid Mad City,
I could see that's the core fans.
They've been rocking with it for 10 years.
I could see a lot of white young kids, they're GNXers.
When GNX came on, that's when they're getting into it with their friends.
They probably heard a lot of that from TikTok, whatever.
You get what I'm saying?
Then you had, of course, those international songs,
like when he does stuff off damn.
That's his biggest album currently.
Right?
And of course, the disc songs, the disc songs went up.
You get what I'm saying?
Euphoria, all of that.
Yeah, I spoke with two, I guess, first of all,
of all, there was two ways I could have done this.
I could just went there and, I mean, people saw me.
But I could have just not made an announcement where I was at,
but, nigger, I learned this from Kendrick.
You got to pop out of show, niggas.
So, of course, you know, I was recording from instantly.
I wasn't even doing the, I could have done the six-nine.
Let's take the video, leave, and post it.
Y'all know I could have did that.
Y'all know I could have well-aware did that.
I could have wore a shitey everything.
Nigger, I wore my chat nigger jacket, nothing bigger.
All the chains, nigga, I'm not hiding from nothing.
You feel what I'm saying?
My man got the sweet way in this bitch.
I spoke to two TD people.
I think they're both managers.
One was Anthony Sala.
He came over.
Basically, they were both kind of speaking about the same thing,
which I actually believe, you know, say,
I think maybe the media has a little bit to play it into this,
but I think both of them, both Drake and Kendrick,
have radicalized fans.
His objection, he said, yo,
some of this stuff on social media and some of the conversations,
The shit is over.
It's gone too far and getting too far.
They're bringing up people's wives,
people's kids and people that are non-people who are not public figures.
Say anything you can say anything about that.
It's whatever.
But there's other people getting dragged into this.
That's not public figures.
Now, I agreed.
This battle is over.
It's old.
But what I can't agree with when it comes to them having that demeanor, both of y'all are complicit.
And that's why I even suggested, well, I ain't saying y'all got to patch it up with Drake,
because I don't think he want to patch it up with y'all neither.
But y'all should probably try to quit because most of this is coming from charged up fan groups or audiences that are super fans of both people.
So if y'all say y'all don't want people to talk about your wives and y'all this,
well, y' got to realize where this came from.
Y'all called a man a pedophile.
He said your son or Kendrick's son wasn't his.
Then y'all said he got a daughter, which nobody found.
Y'all brought it there first.
Y'all can't get on the fans.
Now, granted, I think what he's saying, and I agree with, the fans need to let this shit go.
And then he's talking about radical fans, just like still posting about what, you know,
still posting, I don't know, some of these guys' family members, but still posting them,
so talking about them in whatever, derogative light, that's the stuff that, you know, they're like,
you know, because I guess, you know, these people are probably seen it and they're like, damn,
I'm not a public figure, I can't defend myself.
Makes sense.
But it is both ways.
And I tried to let them know, it is both ways.
This isn't something where it's only a certain group of people doing it.
this is where the battle
or obviously the battle is over
this is where it's that so if
that I said the divisiveness in hip hop
if that still bothers y'all
that should subside
on both sides
we'll see
um
you know
he you know
he comes into my sweet
comes in dolo me and we chop it up
I get a drink well I was drinking
I was drinking I mean
we chopping it up.
And the first time talking to him, very reasonable guy.
Let me say this.
Very reasonable guy.
His conversation went from there because, again, I told him, I said, yo, this is both ways.
Yo, put it like this.
I don't see nobody who docks his people more than K-Bots.
And here's the thing.
When Drake fans do things, they look at Drake to say he's almost orchestrating this.
That's how people look at it.
it when Kendrick fans do things.
Oh, that's what y'all orchestra.
That's what I'm saying.
Most of the shit is fan shit at this point.
So cool.
Man, we're chopping it up.
And in, you know, speaking about, you know, obviously he's going forward, this and third.
He also mentions, because at first, when he first walks up, he says, act.
He says, bro, why did you let that kid come on your stream?
He lied on me.
and he was saying in a way like,
yo bro,
you letting Drake run plays
to put people on your stream.
Now, I had to correct that,
and I'm going to stand on this.
I won't give up any names.
But the person who came on to talk about bodied streams,
go find the kid,
and y'all can find out.
Again, I don't want to give up people's names.
This was not from Aubrey Drake Graham.
That was not from him.
him. That was not from OVO. That's from people who in and around work with dot. I'll say that.
I'm not saying this as innuendo. I'm saying this as facts. Not saying these people work directly,
but that's their orbit. That's very important to say. So I said to Mr. Saleh, right?
brother
I'm you know
I get
what I've realized
is that there's a lot of emotions
I don't have no emotions
to this shit like this
I can see
I could still bump
euphoria
I don't give a buck
I had the most
successful year in hip hop
that I've ever had
I don't care like that
they do
I could tell he was
I won't use that word
the E word
he was
let's say passionate
and I said to him
I run a media outlet
when someone brings me that info, we are going to run it.
Just like someone came to me and said,
Drake scammed me.
If I was operating as Drake's little tool or whatever, pawn,
I wouldn't do.
I wouldn't have Julian up here trying to explain how he felt top five
and Drake scammed him out of millions.
So the point is what I told him is that that's how media works, brother.
I get y'all are involved with this guy or back and forth
and you're viewing anything that comes out about you
to think is directed from there
but I could tell you it's not
and I've ran things that doesn't make Drake look in a good light
and Drake he has to know by now you know who act is
I remember telling that to day free
I said day free I've been doing this shit
way before I covered y'all
I did it back to Warren's.
shirac days brother so when you talk about how i view things or how i present things this ain't
nothing i started yesterday i've been doing me the same way okay so i talked to mrs sallah and um he
gave me some info i think i can say on this shit this shit shouldn't be private so he told me which
again these are allegations but i'll tell you what he told me he said act here's the thing
the reason why even I had to come over here and holl at you
dog that dude
who said that shit he's lying
I never paid for no body things I said well
he sent the screenshot whatever whatever I said maybe he's lying I don't know
but that's what the kid said
he said well that shit has got me in a federal lawsuit now
so what are you talking about he said
they subpoenaed my phone for Drake's lawsuit
they took it
that is bothersome again that ain't you know again that is something that probably is very
annoying but hey now y'all know my demeanor towards drake's lawsuit i don't think it will
wholly be successful at the end but then i get a little bit more info and again this is why i go
this why you got to pop out of show nakes because this is where i get you know kentrick's team
never talked to me they stopped talking to me as soon as the battle sergeant they stopped like we used to
There used to be some communication.
The guy named Kojo,
big coacho did my business together.
Kojo hasn't said a word to me in English language since it is what it is.
So here's the day.
Here's the day.
Um,
oh,
now I remember.
Now I remember because I was having a conversation with them.
And if you're hearing this,
because when we were speaking directly,
face-to-face,
Mr. Daffrey,
when,
I referenced to 2022 and I said
Because he said, why didn't you hit us up if you're coming today?
And I said, brother, why would I hit y'all up?
If y'all haven't talked to me in years, that y'all can line me up.
I'd rather catch y'all as a surprise even though that's not my energy.
But I'd rather y'all not be prepared for me.
Anyway, so he says, yo, remember in 2022 at the Miss Moral Tour, I was standing right next to you.
Like, I showed you a lot of hospitality.
I said, you did. He also said, which was a confusing thing, he said, I didn't even know how you got to there.
And I was like, huh? I said, brother, back then I didn't really go to concerts like that.
I said, y'all invited me. And he was like, nah, we never invited you. No, my memory has recollected.
I was invited and you could do the homework on this. 2020 by Kojo. Me and Kojo have done many business together.
number one digital guy
number one blogger
we've ran it up
don't you worry
he works for y'all exclusively now
ask him did you
give act tickets
to kentrick's concert
he works for y'all now
so if you're wondering
I didn't remember in the moment because I'm like
no it came from y'all
but he was working for y'all
and he gave me tickets that that time
okay um anyway
oh I'm still with mr salo
so what he says to me
and this is all news to me
and you got to take it with a grain of salt
because again, because we've seized communication,
it's the first time I'm hearing these things.
It's the first time I'm hearing that
they took this guy's phone
because now they're looking for these allegations of botting.
I didn't know.
I didn't know.
They don't put this info out anywhere
so I could only find out when I pop up.
Cool.
Which, by the way, he claims he's never bought it.
So they will find that out.
also he made a point that I actually agree with a bit he said
I'm surprised Drake is doing the corny shit of suing
because the same way he don't talk to his label
we don't talk to our label we just pop up and turn our album in
so how the hell could we be in cahoots with UMG for anything
okay so we're continuing to talk is again you know
no
this is when what's the name of that song
on euphoria drops and I told him give me one because we're sitting right next to each other
I said give me one second sir I gotta go watch euphoria I like euphoria as a song so I gotta go
turn to him before I did that got some more drinks he comes back over now we're talking yet
so he says to me he says because I was saying I was like yo you know even with you being put
into this battle drake postage right like
Why are you upset if other people have mentioned you when the two main people dragged other people into it?
Well, he said, Drake posted me because Drake know me.
I don't know what that means.
He said, he's from Toronto, too.
I don't know.
But then he said, here's the thing.
He said, you should, and this is what I don't know.
And I'll act.
I'm going to ask Drake.
I'm like, Drake, is this true?
He says, you should have heard this nigger Drake.
what he was saying to us
before we whipped his ass
This is what he told me
I said, what do you mean?
Now, I'm going to be honest with you.
I never really do.
Drake
speaking to anybody.
Like, you know,
Drake has told me he hasn't spoken
a dot directly,
but I didn't know about
if he spoke to anybody else
in and around dot.
Anthony Sala,
or Sala,
he confirms to me,
yes,
Drake
Drake was sending me voice nose talking crazy
Like he's a mob boss
That's what he says
He says Drake is saying to him
He said Drake is saying shit like yo
I'm gonna done you you like just talking crazy
Like yo you niggas is watch
Yo you guys think you can finish me
Dadada crazy
All of a sudden they're like
Then we drop the bomb right
Cool not like us here talking
All right
Um
then
then he gives me some more insight
and I ain't gonna lie to you
this was worth going to the concert
for this insight
I live off insight like this
he says
that push your T shit is real
he says the only problem is
people think that happened
recently
that didn't happen recently
he said if it was recently
UMG would let push and say
whatever you want to say or do it
what he want to do. Why? Right now, UMG and Drake, their relationship might be irreparably broken
because of the lawsuit. They're going at it. So they're not trying to spare his feelings anymore.
But you told me, not like us dropped last, last May. He said around June, July, because Drake
supposedly approach UMG saying,
yo, there's just a shooting in my house.
These niggas got my house,
which another thing,
which again, you know,
you know,
one point kind of counteracts the other.
They say this shit going too far.
I'm like,
I can see how a nigger might think y'all went too far.
Your cover art of the biggest song
is his house with pedophilia pinpoints.
But whatever.
So he said,
Drake complained to UMG,
because remember there was a,
shooting at the crib.
And UMG asked Kendrick's team, could you remove the cover art?
We need you to take the cover art down.
It got his house on it.
We want you to take that down.
From what I heard, they stood ten toes down to say, if we do that, the whole song should come down.
We're not changing shit.
UMG who clearly
is in it for the bread
It's like
Keep that shit out
Not they say that but like you know
Basically they just allowed it right
Cool um
However
While all of this is brewing
Apparently that's when the push of tea thing happens
And that's when
UMG
Who is really at that point
on a rocky relationship with Drake,
they're trying to salvage a relationship,
they tell Puscha,
hey, right now,
you can't drop nothing dissing the guy.
We're trying to work on our relationship with them.
Could you change this?
Could you change that?
Now, I'll be honest.
He didn't say Drake instructed them to do this.
He said they were trying to save a relationship
with Drake, the label.
So they were being
extra sensitive about things
that could piss the guy
who I guess he was gearing up to sue.
Okay?
All right, I'll speed through the story a little bit.
Yeah, pretty good conversation with Anthony Selle.
Seems like a pretty good dude.
Pretty smart.
It's the business guy.
Then Dave Free comes over.
And Dave Free comes over.
and day free, he's like,
let me talk to you for a second, bro.
We go talk.
And we get into, like, you know,
that we've met each other,
it was whatever cool.
And the, you know,
his point subsequently ended at this,
his point of interest
or point of conversation
subsequently ended with exactly what Anthony said.
But at first he was kind of like, you know,
I felt like he was almost asking me like,
yo bro like why are you doing us like that and I was just like what do you mean you know and I was
asking him I'm like yo you do understand I've been doing this for a long time you understand my
POV was going to lie a certain way what do you mean get to a point where eventually even says
like bro like bro how much is he paying you for this and I'm so stupid in the moment I'm thinking wait
you think Drake paid me to come here
What the fuck?
So I think I even said, I said,
I said, nigga, nobody knows I'm coming here.
Even Drake, what the fuck?
Like, do you think Drake would pay me to go to a concert?
What the fuck?
No, then he said, no, no, no.
I'm like, like, pay you for like,
like, for like all of this shit that you're saying.
And I'm like, huh?
He's like, bro.
Like, I want to know what you're getting from this.
And that's, that's who I think he's a smart businessman.
But that's when I was just like, wait,
they thought Drake bought me
I've never been more assault in my life
I've never been more assault in my life chat
nevertheless
I told him I said brother
let me just be honest with you
most of people I've supported the most in hip-hop
they've never given me a dime including Drake
that's not how it works
I say I'm in media
and I said this is a reason why
you do your thing you do a great job managing
that whatever whatever I'm in media
my job is not to extort artists
I we make like
you know I'd be offended by when people say that
brother do I look broke
like when I see me I'm dripping in diamonds
like I got the cars that what the fuck
why do you think a rapper could buy me
I shit on rappers not saying I can shit on daughter
or Drake when it comes to that
nigga 99% of these rappers don't got what I got
that is so insulting to me I know I big at get
so I'm like what
please don't insult me like that
so I explained to him I've been doing this for a long time
for a very long time.
And the idea that I could be paid to say or think or move like is absolutely ludicrous.
What I did explain to him, though, my platform, it benefits us every time we're the center of everything.
And he mentioned, you know, Doc mentioned you, yo, Doc could have went crazy, he didn't go crazy.
And I said, I know, I pointed out how many times.
but the idea that I'm getting paid by either side
and by the way I'm not insinuating that's how they move
or that's how they operate with people in the media
I'm not saying that but I just have to speak for me
I tell them as long as my platform is in the mix of everything
I always win win
win or draw I always win
the biggest other than that the biggest winner of the battle was
big act I don't know what I think
so the point is
I had to let him know
I hope
that's not what you
what you think is happening
he seems like he understood
and then he that's when he went into
Anthony Salas point which was
oh no no
oh he had one direct question for me
he said act
he said the only reason I came to
to talk to you
because I wanted to know
how personal
and this is when I realize
I'm like
some of the shit that Drake said
about this guy
and some of the narratives
that's continued
continued. It's affected them. And I understand why, because these are hurtful things that
could affect anybody else. People have said things about me that hurt my feelings as well.
He said, I wanted to know, is this just content, or is this something that you're carrying
personally? And I was kind of like, confused because I said to him, wait, are you asking if
I'm here to slide for Drake? I didn't say that directly. But that's what? But that's,
That's the thought.
Are you asking that's what is happening here?
But he was really interested to know how personal all of this back and forth is to me.
Because he said if it's personal to me, he made it clear as personal to him.
Well, we could get at it.
And we got a bunch of people left, right and center, him and I both.
could get to it. And I said to the brother, and again, you know, I'm watching him and, you know,
his eyes, the eyes, I'll say the eyes, it's, it reeks of passion and I understand why. I said to him,
I said, do you think that if it was that personal to me and it was smoke, I would come to your
concert? What do you think? If I wanted to, if I care that much about whatever you and Drake got,
that I said if I see one of y'all niggas, something's going to happen.
Why would I come to the belly of the beast?
I never said he was crying.
But look in him eye to eye, he was passionate as a motherfucker
about these things he was speaking about.
Again, he landed on the point of,
he landed on the point of there are a lot of things
that have continued post-battle
that is ultimately hurtful, narratives, criticisms about people who aren't necessary public figure.
They mention criticisms about certain women that definitely affects them.
And I agreed.
I agreed.
And I said to him, it feels like, and he knows I said this.
By the way, there was a guy, because I guess when Anthony Salah came over,
and he had a couple guys with him, and it was about even.
I think they doubled back, and they were like, you know, bring two more
and then bring a nigga to record.
I don't know.
There was another nigga.
He's over there like this.
He's over there like this.
And I'm like, there's no need to record me.
I tell the whole story, the whole truth, nothing but the truth.
You can't record me.
There's no need to record me.
I'm the recording.
I'll go tell the story.
I always tell the story.
You're like, there's nothing where, like, you put the video up like,
That's not what happened.
No.
So, and I only noticed it because my guy afterwards,
and I peeped the whole surrounding,
he's like this the whole time.
But really, you can hear the conversation.
So PG-Land got the conversation somewhere.
And if anything I'm saying,
does not reflect the actual reality of the conversation we're having.
They have it recorded.
They could absolutely put it out.
So this guy recording, it's kind of being like, you know,
again, if I'm saying anything that is a match,
the spirit, the energy, the words, the verse,
the entire
totality of the conversation, I give them permission they can put it out, please.
So, what else he said?
Um, yeah, so I said to him, I feel like some of the stuff that you're saying to me
is misguided because you can't say it to him.
And I'm saying him just in, I was referring to him.
to Drake, which he's somewhat conceded to saying, yeah, that's why also my energy is chill.
And by the way, his energy was chill, my energy was chill.
Everybody was chill.
I'm like, let's not act.
Everybody was chill.
He says, yeah, like, if I came out here tripping, it would be like I'm doing something
or trying to do something to somebody when I really mean for it to be over there.
And I said, yeah, I would agree.
All in all, again, the final and main question was,
is this personal or is this content in business?
And I'm sorry, I've never met Drake.
I'm sorry.
I met that one time before he was famous.
Brother, there's nobody bigger than the chat.
I'm running my shit over here, okay?
So whatever, y'all call them.
What I want to say to both sides, and again, I love Drake.
Drake's my man.
I love Drake, but like, again, I'm not a Drake killer.
I'm not top five.
My assessment of this whole thing, I think both sides need to take accountability.
Yes, fans and media do have some accountability to take.
But y'all can't say why this shit get to this level.
When y'all kicked it off by saying this man that fucks kids,
then he also says, well, your kid ain't yours.
Both of those are out of bounds.
Both of those are out of bounds.
But I've told y'all, this is the beef.
This is the beef where if somebody got clipped,
I wouldn't be surprised.
They're talking hot.
So I guess I'll leave it at this.
y'all go to toronto in two days they over there
they over there y'all got to go talk to them
don't talk to me
don't y'all say drake don't even do a stream movie come on now
y'all can't talk to me about that
y'all know where drake at drake know where y'all at other than that
man just keep making our money and by the way here's the thing
the demeanor was not a demeanor of the winners last night
it wasn't the performance was not the demeanor of anybody else
I do social media so I know once you open Pandora's box, you can never close it.
These fans are going to continue to torment.
They're going to continue to bully, harass, docks.
You get what I'm saying?
They're going to do things way beyond the scope of what maybe two men face-to-face would do.
They're going to do that.
But once you open Pandora's box, it's open.
And, you know, again, I know I play a very important party media.
So I will definitely accept that there's a role that maybe platforms like mine has
that maybe amplifies some of this loony-tune behavior.
I will say that.
But let's be very clear.
Y'all called him a pedophile.
He say, that man's kidding in his.
and it's yours. Y'all man need to go
thump it out, shoot it out, figure it out, or
keep doing your thing, and just remember, as long as the bank
account, from the first and the 15th, they keep ringing,
you won. Okay? It ain't that personal to me,
but I can tell last night, it's very personal. All right, let's keep it going,
chat. We're going to get on with the stream. We're at day
21. Ain't that a DDI group of the DITDA drop.
Day 21. And by the way,
Let me just also say for the last part.
Kendrick fans and Drake fans.
I hope y'all hear what I'm saying and take this.
And by the way, I think, I think it's well, Drake feels the same.
I think Drake, I think Drake don't want K-Bots posting his kids.
I think they don't want him.
I don't think he, I know for a fact he don't enjoy when they're digging up fans that went to a concert in Australia
and trying to claim that Drake sexually assaulted them and they're on their age.
That's weird.
Same way, like I have confirmation,
Kendrick's team is not amused by people consistently talking about his wife.
People consistently talking about other people that are ancillary to these guys.
So, I don't, you know, again, I don't know if we'll get back to that.
But me and Anthony agreed, yo, I don't care if y'all want to say,
that's album is whack.
Okay, cool.
We don't care.
That's tour was whack.
We don't care.
Not can't rat.
We don't care.
Bringing up these other things, but I'm telling you, and I had to tell them, both sides are doing it.
So again, I don't know how this deescalates if both artists aren't willing to come together.
In every feud, at some point there has to be not necessarily a truce, but they understand it that the goodwill of the people is to de-escalate this,
fanfare because right now
OVO fans still feel they're
fighting on behalf and for
the honor of Drake and the K-bots
you know how they get down
K-bots will have your social
the K-bots leaked my address
that's another thing
you see as much as and this is what I was
also surprised by when I heard
Dave Free even say some of the stuff
because I'm in this hip-hop shit I don't take it personally
I know I talk shit though
niggins have leaked my address
it's on Google
we've had rappers who've asked
to my address people tweeted out
I understand
it comes with it when you get into a certain
level of controversy
and you start talking
a certain way
I then move accordingly and adjust my life
I was very shocked that the guys
who call somebody a pedophile
is now saying damn man
why I think it's still dragging it
what this is what
okay
Okay, all right.
We are at the trial.
I think I give a good concert review, a good everything review.
Yeah.
Okay.
And no, I've not spoken to Drake since I've gone.
Like, Drake didn't send me the fucking mission.
What the hell?
I need to get an Iceman update, though, but I got to wait a couple days, chat.
I got to wait a couple days before I holl at Drake for the Iceman update.
So anybody who wants, yo, chat, I'm doing my job here, man.
This is my job.
I come clock in.
Hey, listen, I don't, you know, well, I do rap sometimes, but I wanted to be successful.
I'm doing what I got to do to be successful.
I'm going to go in the Lions Den. I'm going to get an info.
I got to go take a flight 5am in the morning to get back to the stream because the Diddy
trial is going on.
I'm going to do it.
Why?
I'm a hustler.
Ain't nobody going outwork of me.
Okay.
So just for the Kendrick team, it ain't that serious for me.
I love you guys from business perspective.
from business perspective, okay?
But y'all never would change my feelings.
Drake my favorite, okay?
He's still my favorite.
He's still my favorite.
I'm sorry.
His rapping is like the soundtrack to my life.
Okay.
Let's get into it.
So let me do a recap.
So yesterday, remember I dipped out on ceremoniously.
And I dipped out before the evening session.
And I wanted to play you the evening session
about what happened in the afternoon.
It was short.
We left it around,
noon they came back at one there was two hours left because court was dismissed at three here we go
this what happened when i was going yesterday i could read the tweets if you want but i'll just have you
watch her and logic and then we can move on into today's tweets u.s versus john combs day 20 afternoon
update i'm doing my update right here at the courthouse because we ended a little early but i i have
to just right off the bat tell you about a very hostile moment uh with
Jane and Tenney Garagos, and it was pretty wild. I mean, there were gasps from the jury,
and there were gasps in the gallery, and it stemmed from a text exchange between Diddy and Jane.
And Jane was upset because Diddy had been texting her about, you know, she thought he was
texting her because he missed her, and he was bringing up two of the escorts that they had hotel
sessions with and then she sees a social media post of Diddy and a girl that he's with spending
quality time with and I guess he also bought this girl a Chanel bag and she posted it and uh
Tenney's reading the text message that Jane sent him and you know it's something along the lines
about like you know you just you know you just want to use me for the hotel stuff while you're
spending quality time and like you got you got her a Chanel bag LOL
all this shit's crazy, all this stuff.
And, um,
Taney's like, so, I mean, you didn't get a Chanel bag.
And Jane goes, no, I only got trauma.
And she said, uh, but you got a Bataga bag because she had testified that he bought her
a Bataga bag.
And, uh, she said, but you got a Bataga bag and a Van Cleef.
How much is a Bathega bag?
And Jane says, how much is my body?
And then at one point, uh, before that.
Whoa.
so Daphne is being sassy up there
They ask her how much is the bag
She gets a little sassy
Whoa whoa whoa whoa
I guess she interpreted the question to be
Oh you're you're trying to make it a thing
That this bag has cost a lot of money
But how much is my body worth? Oh wow okay
Chat that sounds like a sex worker to me
That sounds like sex worker vibes
And I skipped over this
But at one point before that
Tenney said
what is a Bataga bag? And she said, you probably have one. That's what Jane said. And so after this,
and, you know, she talked about, she talked about the price and she's like, how much? And,
you know, Jane said a Batega bag is $2,000. And then she's like, how much is the Chanel bag? And
she's like, I don't know. And right before that, the judge kind of scolded Jane to just answer
the questions. And then Jane was like, can we take a break? And then when we got back from the
break, Jane actually apologized. And she just said, you know, I apologize. And
Also, when we got back from the break, the judge told the jury that we were going to end early, and one of the jurors goes, yay.
But, okay, so essentially the cross this afternoon, I actually was very excited to leave because I would say 90% of the afternoon was spent on explicit text messages.
And when I say explicit, I mean, I'm an adult, I can handle it.
These were very explicit and Jane had to read most of them.
So, and I think that was to sort of show that she was, she would text Diddy, that she was having fantasies about certain escorts.
And, you know, she would kind of explain herself and say, yeah, well, I was kind of placating, et cetera.
But nevertheless, we did hear about texts that she sent, you know, saying that these escorts turned her on and she was thinking about them, et cetera, et cetera.
at another point
Tenney kind of brought up
you know you said like you hadn't really
done anything in the three years that you were
with Diddy you know
Obito who you're talking about you said why are your friends beefing
Who's my friends that are beefing?
You're talking about Trump and Elon?
And then she kind of brought up
But you had your dress line business
You also had a swimsuit business
You got to live in this beautiful house
Kind of saying you know
Your your apartment before was X many square feet
And now this house is double
You can raise your child in this
And she even brought up the fact
that her dress line business was profitable. So she's like in three years, you know, you didn't
really do nothing. You kind of, you did do stuff. And Jane kind of said, you know, well, it's here
nor there, but I feel like I could have done a lot more, et cetera. Let me see what else. There was also,
there was also just text messages between Jane and Diddy where she says, you know, I wish
you were here so we could play our videos, meaning the videos they were. They were.
recorded in the different hotel rooms. And then there she showed us two instances of text messages
where Diddy essentially says to Jane. And we saw kind of the same thing with Cassie. You know,
like we don't have to do any more of these hotel nights or debauchery, they called it. It can be
just us. And okay, so then we we saw this one text thread. Again, more dirty text. But
Jane tells Diddy that she feels sexiest when she's intoxicated off of wine.
And Diddy responds, oh, you know, I didn't, I didn't know that.
And they're kind of talking about hotel nights and what makes her feel the same.
You know, I did she feels sexiest when she's intoxicated off of wine.
Okay, so it looked like she was trying to tell Diddy, like, let's slow down with this drug shit, man.
Like, let's slow down with all the consumption of this other stuff.
Diddy responds, oh, you know, I didn't, I didn't know that.
And they're kind of talking about hotel nights and what makes her feel the sexiest.
And he says, I didn't know that.
You know, you don't have to do Molly.
And he also says something like.
you know we don't have to get crazy for the rest of the year and Jane says
something like it's okay with me meaning like I don't I don't mind necessarily
getting crazy that that's fine and Diddy says what do you mean and Jane
testified that she took that whole thing as like an angry undertone when he said we
don't have to go crazy for a year almost kind of like a test and that's my words
not hers but that's how I kind of translated this and Jane says
after he says what do you mean she said I love that we have this freedom with one another
and Diddy says you know you don't think I can do it meaning not have a hotel night
and she says I just know that there will be debauchery before the end of the year
I don't mind it I just want some romance time and Diddy says I'm gonna make you
beg for debauchery and then she gives like a laughing face and says you know
okay let's try it but I love it all with you and then Diddy
text back.
This is kind of confusing because, you know, at times, you know, she's seemingly more vehemently
told Diddy, I don't want to do this shit no more.
But then Diddy would butter her up and she'd be like, oh, I'll do it, I'll do it, I'll do it, I'll do it.
Now, you know, we keep bringing up this damn question.
What is like manipulation versus what is you're doing this shit because you feel it's a way
to keep a man?
Like, are you being manipulated or are you making a choice?
I love the times that it's just me and you.
And then again, we ended with just more text messages about hotel nights.
And that was when she kind of said, I want him to play this video.
And yeah, overall, it was, it was just a day.
It was an afternoon as well.
So tomorrow, again, I mentioned there will be a short day.
So I'll probably just do one update in the afternoon.
But yeah, I think.
Yeah, that was pretty much it for the afternoon.
All right, guys.
Okay, let me just play logic that we get a little different perspective here.
And we're going to hop into what happened.
We just wrapped up day 20 of the ditty trial.
And if the actual jury is anything like the unofficial jurors,
those who are watching the trial with me in the viewing room,
they are deeply conflicted as to what to take away from Jane,
as to whether or not she's a victim of being trafficked.
I am Joe Nierman.
Oh, wow.
Remember, I said she was stronger than Cassie.
Now, again, everything changes day by day, chat.
And that's why when you guys ask me questions and donations,
I got to be honest with you, it's kind of like it's teetering back and forth.
AKA Good Wogic, I'm a New York litigator who's practiced in this very courthouse
in the Sunday district in New York.
And I come down to the trial for the purposes of breaking down for my orio right now.
The opinions that I've heard about Jane are very divergent and very deeply felt,
where it seems as if Jane that many feel very definitively that she's a victim of being trafficked
and others say straight out that woman was not at all traffic.
Let me break down for you perhaps why that is.
And it should lead us to conclude that the actual jury is likely to spend a great deal of time
debating over this third charge of the five charges brought against him,
which is 18 U.S.C. 1591 sex trafficking Jane.
Now Jane is a pseudonym for Diddy's girlfriend from the period of 2021 to 2024.
And on direct testimony, we should spend two and a half days going through excruciating detail
about her developing relationship with Diddy from its early heyday when everything was a romantic whirlwind
until a few months later when she engages in the first hotel nights.
And hotel nights is what Cassie Ventura, the first of his known trafficking
victims, testified about and called a freak off. So Jane refers to those as hotel nights,
and those are extended sexual marathons where the woman is performing with another male entertainer,
male performer, porn star, whomever, while Diddy watches and directs and often videotapes the
events. And those hotel nights that Jane walked us through, which you've all heard about
the baby oil and so many fluids we can't even go into it. The question that ultimately comes down
for Jane is similar to the question that we had with Cassie, which is are they acting of their
own free will or are they acting because they're being forced, coerced, compelled by Diddy?
Now, when Jane is testifying, she routinely refers to Diddy as my partner or my lover,
and a lot of people take away from that that she's choosing to please her partner, her lover,
and hence she cannot be coerced or compelled, whereas other people are saying,
no, that he's holding the money, that he's inducing her with drugs,
that he's, that he's at one point another blackmailed her near the end of the relationship,
but certainly not at the end, that he ended up actually beating her and choking her
before having her engaged in a hotel night a couple of hours later.
And they look at that as clear signs of her being compelled.
The other form of there being forced or compulsion is in the form of fraud in the inducement.
What do we mean by that?
Well, she talked a lot about the fact that she would be, she would engage in a hotel night
so that they would then afterwards go on a yacht or go on a cruise or go to this place or that place
and that that never happened.
The state wants us to believe that he was intentionally trying to deceive her for the purpose of getting her to do it,
and that he was basically acting fraudulently with her,
and that that should qualify as compulsive or a basis for the compulsory elements in the charge of 18 U.S.C. 1591 sex trafficking.
Now, we spent all day on cross examination.
Tenny Garrigos for the defense is the one who was engaging in the cross,
And I want you to just understand the dynamic here.
When Tenney was doing the cross-examination of Cassie on day one,
she conducted it like it was a People magazine interview.
She ultimately got a little bit more aggressive.
That is not the tone she took with Jane today.
I wouldn't call it aggressive.
I don't think that she was bullying the witness at any time today,
but it was certainly more directed.
And the nature of the questions that she was asking
was designed to elicit a feel from the witness
that she was completely okay with everything that was going on here.
Now, for her part, the witness seemed very well composed,
and there was pretty much a very boring day of cross-examination,
far less entertaining than a lot of other days that we've had so far,
with one exception of a moment which everyone sat up in the chair and was like,
whoa, and I'll get to that in a moment.
But her demeanor has basically been very matter of fact.
talking about Jane's demeanor, that she seems to be in control and totally okay with answering
questions and just saying that this is the way things went down. And the tone that she keeps
and the messaging that she keeps giving, as she's asked questions about the fact that she was
involved in selecting some of the male entertainers. And we've heard a lot about these male
entertainers, that it was all a matter of pleasing my partner, pleasing my lover, that she
wasn't willfully going down this road, but that she was trying to please her
partner please her lover. She talked about that when she was questioned about the nature of her
friendship or developing relationship on a friend level with some of these male performers.
That she described Paul as having a warm energy or described Don as being handsome.
These are different performers who we heard a lot about during her two and a half days of direct
and that she basically seemed to be comfortable with them. That she's, you know, she's texting
Anton, who's a third one, and that she chose out Cabrador.
Raal thought that he was attractive.
And the idea that Tenny Garagos
of the defense wants us take away is
that she's comfortable with these guys.
She enjoys the sex with them.
That one of the sexual encounters
she had, she called the most intense
sexual experience of her life.
Now, Jane responds
to something like that, that he gave me
a drug, which I had a former Molly
that I had never had before, and my,
and it served to make
her sexual appetite
incredibly heightened and that's why she ended up feeling that way not that she had any
personal desire specifically for any of these entertainers and that her whole agenda
throughout this entire entire time was to please her partner now the interesting thing
is as I said a lot of people take away from this that she was just putting up an act
and they believe what Jane is putting out there that the reason that she's
engaging in lengthy sexual text exchanges,
which we spent hours today going text exchange by text exchange
of the most, you're so sexy, blah, blah, blah, you turn me on, blah, blah, blah.
What do you think about having a hotel night here?
He's so hot, blah, blah, blah, blah.
Just on and on.
So she was trying to explain, and she seemed to be very calm in saying,
I was giving my partner what he wanted.
I was giving my lover the fantasy that he wanted.
And trying to say that the justification for it
was that she can tell that this is what he wanted.
Now, there was a lot of people took away from this
that that makes perfect sense.
It makes perfect sense if you understand
how this dynamic of this relationship is going.
And that, yeah, she was,
those are the parties who were saying she was trafficked.
Others are saying you can't take no accountability
for all these things.
throughout there, there's got to be some sort of accountability.
And it leads me to conclude that we're likely going to see a very conflicted jury
specifically over the third charge of the five charges brought against the 18 U.S.C. 1591,
sex trafficking as it relates to Jane.
I think they're likely to be very conflicted with very strong opinions as to she was definitely
trafficked or she was definitely not trafficked.
But I really want to get into the Tirst Exchange, which was the one exciting moment of testimony
today. There was a point in time where one of the issues which would develop a fight between
Jane and Diddy was about the fact that she felt she had been compartmented into this type of role
of serving as his pleasure zone toy and that she wanted to be a girlfriend. And that the only
reason she was doing this whole type of performance was to spend quality time with him. And she would
occasionally see things in gossip magazines or on Facebook or whatever that she would get notifications
about other girlfriends of his who were getting what she deemed to be quality time.
And she defined quality time as, she defined, you know, getting the good boyfriend as getting
quality time and dining and shopping and things of that nature.
Well, Teni Garrigos, for the defense, tried turning that into saying that she wanted money
from him, that she wanted the gifts.
And she started going into a fight that unfolded shortly after Jane had seen a Facebook
post from a girlfriend where she was all,
excited about a Chanel bag that she had gotten from Diddy.
And then she goes through the text exchange that came out of that, where Jane gave a pretty
insightful breakdown, where Diddy had started off by saying how he missed her, and she's like,
you don't miss me.
You miss the performance I'm able to give you.
But whatever, you do whatever you want, go off and lay around with whoever it is that you
want, and that she was giving him attitude expressing her frustration with the fact that
that which and the way she explained it was that she's the performer and that's what that's all she
gets to get she wants to be the girlfriend and the other ones get the actual girlfriend type quality time
from him so tennie said to her so you didn't get a Chanel bag and and jane responded no i got
trauma it was everyone was like whoa and then she started asking her about different bags
trying to say that she got a different bag. I think it's called a bodega bag or something and asking her
how much a bodega bag costs. And she said a lot less than my body. So that was the one scuffle
between Jane and Tenne Garagos during the entire cross-examination today. A few moments after that
that Jane asked to have a break and things settled back down. But it was, like I said, it was
excruciatingly long. And much of the time, I personally, when I was watching this, I was like,
I don't know what we're getting out of this. I don't know, I don't know what to take away from
all of this. They're reading through one blah, blah, blah, text exchange after another. What am I
supposed to get? What am I supposed to get from this? So she's talking about freakoffs, or not
freakoffs, but hotel nights or about this guy and basically having one very explicit text exchange
after another where they're both talking about engaging in hotel nights and she's going to say that
her motivation was that she was trying to give her lover what he wants it was just it was very it felt
very tedious to me and I actually felt as if the defense had wasted most of the day but then I get
in an elevator after we wrap up for the day I get in an elevator with a whole bunch of folks
who were all sitting watching this testimony all day today and it's a crissue.
crowded elevator with like 15 of us. And as soon as the doors closed, one guy goes,
that woman is, that woman is not a victim of being trafficked. And five, six people around me are all like,
yeah, no way at all. She's how you call that trafficking? And they all seem to be on the same page
that she's not trafficked. And yet I talk to other people here who are, who seem to get angry at me.
Angry at me if I imply to them that there's an argument to me that she was not trafficked.
And that's why I foresee that this third charge is likely to be something that the judge.
Somebody said did he dropped the song called Private Entertainer in 2021?
Really?
The jury will similarly be hotly divided over as to whether or not she's a victim.

Holy!
You testified on the stand that it wasn't your fault,
that because of Puffy encouraged you,
you reached out to Cabraugh
and y'all got together.
And after the first time you and Cabral got together with Puff,
There was no money exchanged.
Puffy suggested they get a girl to come.
It'd be Puffy, Jane Doe, and another honey.
Jane Doe testified that I was happy and surprised
because Puffy never had a girl do that.
Now, supposedly Cabrault took one of these tapes
of the hotel night.
and sold it to a media company.
This must have been a rapper for the whole day,
let's get to the end of the day.
The next time I see you,
I'm going to do something different.
Puffy, text her back.
We don't have to do, Molly.
Jane Doe, we can get slutty the following day.
Puffy, we don't have to go crazy the rest of the year.
Let's switch it up.
I believe it when I see it.
Jane Doe, I love your intensity.
I love our level of eroticism.
It's on another level.
Puffy said, nope, I'm gonna make you beg for debauchery.
Jane Doe, you definitely intoxicate me.
Every stroke you give me.
Do you remember the time?
Do you remember the time?
When we fell in love to you.
Michael Jackson.
I love Michael Jackson.
I love Michael Jackson.
And I don't believe nothing what they said about Michael Jackson.
I love Michael Jackson.
When he was with the Jackson 5,
I had the big Afro back in 1975.
Wasn't nobody bigger than the Jackson 5.
Nobody was bigger.
Puffy wasn't bigger than the Jackson 5.
Jay Z. Nobody, nobody bigger than the Jackson 5.
Jay Z. Nobody, nobody bigger than the Jackson 5.
Jackson five nobody was bigger than Michael Jackson no I'm feeling it today
Michael Jackson oh do you remember the time when we fell in love all right
Jane though Prince come mess Prince money though Prince me I'm live on my YouTube

we had that was intense
I can't believe we came at the same time.
I wish you were here so we can watch our videos on TV.
That's Jane saying that?
And lock ourselves in the room all day.
Puffy texts her back.
Tomorrow night we're going to do it.
Jane Doe texts him back, okay, and puts the water emoji.
Water, water, water.
You know how you be with a honey?
You be texting with a honey.
and y'all be talking sex and then you put like maybe like the eggplant and then you put the water water water
water all jane those emojis the puffy be the water water water water water water on christmas

little you know you know you not you know the emoji right this right here she hits you with this
this is the message right here she said i can't wait to see you and she put this right after her what
that mean chat what that mean y'all got it break it down break it down what that mean
there it go every time she texts puff that be her emotion water water but listen
But sometimes me too
Yo, if I be texting with her honey
I'd be like this
I'd be texting with her honey
And she'd take me there
I put water, water, water too
Yes, I do
Nah, Uncle Freak too
We knew uncles
He looked like he knew the dynamics
Yes I do
Yes I do
Yes I do
And you know
And you know what she do back to me
You know what the honey do back to me?
She sent me to water, water back too.
She know what it is.
She know what it is.
She know what it is.
She better send it back.
She better send it back.
But she won't see me.
All right, so on Christmas,
Jane Doe wore Puffy's three daughters,
some teddy bears for Christmas.
And Puffy text her,
That was so sweet.
Jane Doe text Puffy back saying,
The way you made me come,
I've never came that hard before in my life.
Your dick was hard, deep, and wet.
You light my fire, you blow my mind.
That's Jane Doe.
Damn.
What y'all want for me?
That's how you want for me.
That was it.
That was the end.
So we ended early today.
Tomorrow, court don't start until one o'clock.
So I will not be doing, I may come, you know what?
I may, she's not going to do that.
She's not out now.
Them down, some country girls, they love niggins from up north.
But let me say this.
too. I gotta keep it real. I gotta keep it real. Foundational black American men from up north.
We love them country girls, man. Words taste to like it. Yeah, they did. Nah, I'm just saucy right now.
Love dudes from Jersey and New York. Lovers. As soon as I go down there, it don't be no problem for me.
It ain't never been no problem with me. But anyway, Jane Doe wanted to fight.
Jane Doe wanted to fight Tini Greco.
She lost her cool.
You understand?
Young Miami.
You understand?
She don't like to hear young Miami name.
She have a fit.
Jane Doe has a fit when she had Young Miami.
Word?
Man, them down south girls know how to cook.
They know how to cook.
They wash clothes.
Man, don't let the kitty cat be good.
But the kitty cat be good.
Nigger be open.
Open like a window.
Open like a token.
Open like a token.
A. D.C. Pro.
All I got to do, when I go down south,
all I got to do is start talking.
They hear my accent.
They be like, they start giggling and shit.
Looking at me, I'd be like, yeah, you know what it is.
You see it.
You see it.
You see it.
And I look good too.
And I'm fly too.
They'd be like, yeah, that's when.
He's from New York.
He from New York.
He's from New York.
He's from Jersey over there.
Jersey over there.
On the other side of the water.
You got the Hudson River.
On this side, you got New York.
Tallahassee.
I'm live on my YouTube.
Legally.
People want to come here and live the American dream.
It says it on the Statue of Liberty.
Bring us your time.
Okay, okay.
Okay, they told me on some ice shit.
All right, Ben.
Let's get into today, chat.
Here I am.
Big Act can build it, let's go.
This is the afternoon session.
There's only afternoon session today.
So let's get into it.
So the judge says, should we talk about anything before the jury comes in
and does a defense want to respond to the government on the juror issue?
Alexander Shapiro says there's a thinly veiled attempt to exclude a black jury or juror.
So the AUSA wants a juror off of the panel.
Apparently, you know, they think that this person is maybe,
subvertly, you know, maybe like has a connection with Diddy.
And, you know, they're watching Diddy's body language or watching the jurors.
If they're looking at Diddy a lot, they're watching if they're sending like little signals.
And they feel like there's a issue.
I'm not saying it's that, but there's an issue with one of the jurors.
They want to exclude them.
Alexander Shapiro says, yeah, this is a problem.
We can't exclude this juror.
This juror was picked to be of the original 12.
Also, it's a black juror.
Why are we going to get them out?
AUSA says we look at the record and we found
lack of candor.
Now, lack of candor means
someone who's untruthful,
someone who has not told
or become forthcoming
about either their past,
about their, you know,
proclivities, and such nature.
The judge says, we'll deal with it
before the week and are the jurors ready?
They say no. The judge says,
let's take 10 minutes. They take a little break.
And now they're waiting for the jurors.
Combs has reading something and talking to Ignifalo
one side. Shapiro is one seat away
about the judge.
juror the U.S. wants to remove probably.
So they're waiting for the jury.
Okay.
So all rise.
The judge says Garagos, you can proceed.
Tenney says, I want to admit this exhibit on her seal.
Can you read that, Jane?
Its messages from December 21, between yourself and Cabral.
That's the sex worker if you don't know.
After a hotel night, Jane says, yes, I could see it.
Um, about that night, you had a pretty intense night, right?
Daphne says yes.
Tennie says, he says to you, you were talking so dirty to me.
I love it.
Jane says, I'm just being friendly here.
Yargo says, after your long hotel night, you saw him with Gina?
She saw Diddy with Gina.
So keep in mind.
Keep in mind, chat.
this is why I keep telling you
I don't think Gina gonna take the stand
Gina is what we call
a bottom bitch
bottom bitch like she's a chick
he fucks while he's with other girls
she never gets claimed but she never goes nowhere
loyal one real loyal ones real talk
Cassie was complaining about Gina
the new girl is complaining about
Gina two or three years later
and Gina was never the main
Gina never became the main
Gina never got main
status and let's say his main was Cassie Cassie complained about Gina
Cassie breaks up with him 2018 he's still fucking Gina still getting this shit off
with Gina Gina did try to expose him though but he got her back onto the wing
three years goes by he starts fucking with 50s baby mom
Gina's still on the roster so Gina's she like a real bottom bitch I ain't
hold you okay so now it says
Then Cabra wrote to you that he'd be in LA and he's and he'll stay if you stay to see you if you wanted.
Jane says yes.
Garago says, what did you say?
Jane says, I said it's my birthday weekend.
And you don't show me no love.
Garago says, did you ask him and send you a personal video?
Jane says yes.
Gargo says, wait.
So that night you saw the Italian entertainer who will just call the entertainer, right?
She says yes.
And Sean had taken up with Young Miami.
She says yes.
So it appears that Daphne goes to fuck a entertainer without Puff,
but she goes to fuck the guy because Diddy's with Young Miami now.
Diddy just came off being with Gina.
Remember, Diddy got a roster.
He can't clone himself.
It's only so much dick one man could give.
Or actually ain't given dick at all.
He, you know, so much astroglad he could put on.
So now he was it with young Miami.
He said,
Gargo says, and you said, if you don't get your ass out of the island, no party, right?
Right.
Sean wrote you a note.
Say you meant the world to him.
You told Kay-K you wanted to make it cute and romantic, right?
She said, yeah.
Gargo says the Valentine's Day hotel night, having two men there.
Was that your idea?
She said, yeah, it was.
after these nights it was crushing to see these things
Gargos says these things like
Gina posting a love bracelet on Instagram right
She says yes
Let's look that up
She posted a bracelet
She blocked me so I gotta see if you can find it
But supposedly she had a love bracelet
Can't really find it fuck it
All right
Gargo says
Here you are planning to reach out to Sean
And perhaps reach out to the Italian
Jane says, yeah, I was still doing that then.
So she's planning all these hotel nights.
So you could tell, Diddy is starting to realize, like, let's use some common sense.
Diddy's starting to realize she getting too jealous.
She's too clinging.
She thinks that dick is all hers.
She thinks he belongs to her.
Diddy done told her, he's polyamorous, he got other girls.
He pays her bills, but he wants to do his thing.
She's constantly dick-watching.
Oh, you was with Gina, you was with Young Miami.
She's starting to feel like that.
You could tell and use our brains here, people.
Diddy starts to pull back a little bit.
So how she gets Diddy back in, it's the same thing with Cassie.
Didn't I say that also with Cassie chat?
I said at first, it was Diddy pushing the, let's do a freak off.
Let's do a freak off.
Let's do a freak off.
after 2012 it was Cassie
that was suggesting these things
hitting up the men
without even Diddy telling her
why? She knew that's the only way
she could get some time with him
Diddy wasn't volunteering his
what they would call a loan time to these women anymore
so Jane is doing this
saying she's setting up
a hotel night with Sean in the Italian
Garago says
He says can you FaceTime
Jane said that's what he said
Garago says 10 days later
You had another hotel night right
She said maybe
Gargo says I'll just
Refresh your recollection
Of seeing Mr. Combs
And having a hotel night with him
Okay she looks at whatever
They're not going to show in the gallery
She says okay yeah I did
I did
So you pretty much had no hotel nights
Until the end of joke right
She said maybe
Okay
Here Mr. Combs says
I'm jerking my dick
thinking of how nasty you're going to be to me, right?
She says yes.
Garago says he says call Italian or Paul is free.
And you like Polu, right?
Paul is free, right?
She says yes.
Garago says, sounds like he gave you a choice.
And you chose.
She said yes.
Garago says, he responds.
I told Paul 11 p.m.
Is that okay?
And let's watch porn first.
She says yes
Garago says
He says London Hotel
What would you get
Jane says stripper
Shoes shorts
Maybe whips
Garigo says
Shorts
Why the hell would you get shorts
Jane says I was really turned off
By their shorts
So I got other shorts for them
It was not fun
To wait for them to be erect
so I started to get things on the side
that they could get hard.
I got pills at the stores.
I got them the rhino.
I got them the rhino.
Come on, chat.
One in the chat if you ever fuck with a rhino.
I never did, but have y'all.
One in the chat if you've ever fucked with the rhino.
I'm not buying nothing from a gas station.
Now I ain't going to hold you.
I'm not buying no pills, no medicine from no goddamn gas station.
But one in the chat if you ever fuck with a rhino pill.
Ant Man just put two.
Ant man, you know damn well, you were fucking with Rhinel.
Was the honeypack not out there?
Garago says the next day, he says,
want to go to dinner at nine.
Bring the freak bag.
What's y'all know about the freak bag?
What's y'all about the freak bag?
Bring the freak bag just in case.
Jane says right.
The lingerie and the rest.
Garago says,
but didn't you have a freak night?
that night
let me refresh your recollection
and this is the exhibit on her seal
the likes the picture of a video
Garago says he says
I'm about to work out with Paul
then I want to see you
you say hair up
Jane says that was probably a face time
between these two
Garago says
he says
did you want to hit Italian
right?
Did you want to hit Italian right
Jane says
yes, I did not want to.
Huh?
Gargo says, Sean says,
Paul is all we need.
You say L-O-O.
Why did you say that?
Or what did you say after?
I say I'll go to the store
unless you get a head start.
What did you mean by that?
Jane says I would go
unless you got to the hotel ahead of me.
Garago says,
but then you speak.
spent several days at his home, didn't you?
She said maybe.
Gargo says, you really did love him, though, right?
She says, I did.
Do you remember seeing Sean in September 22 and not having a hotel night?
Maybe it was a ninth?
Jane says, I'm not too sure.
Now, do you see that you saw him, but there was no hotel night?
Jane says, that is incorrect.
Okay, what about September 4th?
Jane says, we took a jet to Vegas.
He performed.
Then we had a hotel night with an entertainer.
Garago says, do you remember Seymona 20th and not having a hotel night?
She said, I'm not sure.
Let me show you this.
Does it refresh your recollection?
She says, I guess it did.
I guess I did.
Did Sean pay for your birthday dinner?
Yes.
What was the restaurant?
I can't remember the name.
Did you have a good time?
I had an okay time.
You wrote.
is Nobu the only place?
How about something outside of the hotel?
Jane says he conveniently put me in the hotel with Nobu.
I suggested Poppy Steak.
One in the chat, if you ever heard one of these little thoughts talk about Poppy Steak.
Poppy Steak. Come on now, chat.
Poppy steak.
She wanted Poppy Steak.
Did he said, Nobu.
Gargo said that was a nice hotel or a nice restaurant.
or a nice restaurant in Miami
or so I've heard
no no
what Garago says
Is that a nice restaurant in Miami
She says so I've heard
Gargo says
Valentine's Day
the year before
he was in a different country
You wrote
Get Your Ass back from that island
Right
Jane says yes
Garago says
Then at Nobu
you accepted it
You may show I understand what I'm reading.
Valentine's Day the year before he was in a different country.
Euro, get your ass back from that island, right?
Yes.
Then at Nobu, you accepted it.
Accepted what?
Jane says, I would say I went along with it.
Garago says, you said accept it.
Jane says my stuttering was trying to find the white word for the pressure I felt.
Garago said, did you mean agitation?
She said, yes.
You said he gave you your birthday gift.
It was a necklace.
She says yes.
Garago says, did you take this photo?
Jane says yes.
Garago says, we'll put this on the seal.
It was a Van Cleef necklace, right?
She said yes.
Garago says, could you explain what Van Cleef is?
This is a jewelry brand that's high end.
In the photo, I had already taken drugs.
Any time of affection made me smile.
So Garago says you took a mirror selfie.
Jane says unfortunately yes.
Garago says,
did Sean give the entertainer a condom that night?
She says yes.
Are these your texts with Cabral?
Jane says, I was high.
It was 240 in the morning.
UCT time, right?
Yes.
So it was night, East Coast time.
Yes.
You invited Cabral for the next day.
But wouldn't the ecstasy have worn off by then?
Jane says in these nights, I repeatedly took ecstasy.
Garago says, you say you will book his travel for the next day, right?
Jane says yes.
Garago says, what did you write her?
Jane says, I wrote.
I appreciate everything you did for my birthday.
I wanted to give you everything.
You wanted Valentine's Day.
They said, what did you mean?
Jane says the necklace and your lovemaking.
only in regard to him.
So basically saying she appreciated that Diddy got her the Van Cleef necklace
and that he made love to her.
Gargo says, then you send him photos of your guys in the hotel room.
She says yes.
You didn't tell him you didn't like it until you saw him with Carisha and Turks, right?
Jane says yes, it was hurtful.
after enduring what I endured.
So that's important.
She's basically saying she never told Diddy
that she didn't enjoy these freakoffs
until she saw Diddy with Carisha.
Wow. Wow.
That kind of goes into
you're more jealous than you're doing something against your will.
Gargo says you reached out of Cabra.
she says yes under the pressure of my lover
Garago says you asked him
and he gave the man a condom
Jane says yeah the last minute thank God
Garago says you wrote to him
I loved and appreciate every detail you put into my birthday
so she told Diddy after the freakoff
I love and appreciate every detail
you put into my birthday
Jane says I wrote that in regard to Sean
Garago says you wrote that to Sean,
but you stopped talking to him right after.
What happened?
She said, I was heartbroken.
I flew to Paris Fashion Week.
Garago says, does you enjoy it?
Jane says yes.
Garago says this is a text message chain between you, Sean, in March of 2023.
On the second day, he wrote,
I'm sorry I called you a bitch.
I deserve this.
Love.
Right?
she says yes
Garagos then says he then writes
When can you come to Turks
Right
She says yes
Garagos says you sent him a heart emoji
And wrote what we have is special
Right
Jane says yes
Gargo says the budget for your trip was
$100,000
She says yes
Damn did he was
vacationing
100,000 they spent
Jane says yes
Gargo says
And he spent
$55,000 right
Jane says I don't know
Gargo says
You felt like he
Didn't like you
Up and leave in the Paris
Jane says no he didn't like that
Gargo says you went to the Mondrian
Oriental and watched pornography
With Sean right
She says yes
then Sean asked you about bringing Don, right?
Jane says, given the situation, I said yes.
Garago says, you said if you known Paul would be there, you wouldn't have gone to Turks.
Jane says, I wouldn't have.
Garago says, well, did you write Cabral from there and invite him to come there?
Jane says, yes, under encouragement for my partner.
Yes, I did.
So you see what happened there.
she said if I knew I was going to Turks
and there was going to be a prostitute
I wouldn't have a way.
But they have her own messages where she says
she invites another prostitute
while she's there
and she's like, I'll book your flight.
So they're saying if you didn't like this
and you say you wouldn't have went to Turks
if there was going to be a male entertainer,
why would you invite another male entertainer?
Well, you're there.
Garago says, were you happy when Sean gave you diamonds?
Jane says, I thought that was so sweet.
Garago says, were you glad to get diamonds?
Jane says, no, I just wanted Sean.
Garago says, you wrote, I wanted diamonds.
Right?
Comey says, objection as to form.
It's a rephrase.
Garago says, do you remember telling Sean that you would let Sean go too far,
that you'd let him go too far, and it was your fault?
She said yes.
Garago says, Your Honor, I think this would be a good.
place to take a break.
Judge says, okay, all rise.
They take a break. They're back.
Judge says, are we all ready,
except for the absence of Mrs. Comey?
AUSA says, Your Honor, we've reached you.
Comey enters.
The judge says, bring Jane Doe back.
The jury enters in Jane Doe.
Ms. Garrell, as you may proceed.
Garago says, you wrote, all I have in mind right now
is your passionate lovemaking, right?
She says, yes.
Garago says you saw him two weeks later.
and never had a hotel night, right?
She said maybe.
Combs, Garago, says, let's play this voice now.
I believe there's no objection.
Comey says, I don't have it on my list,
but if Ms. Garagos represents I have no objections, I won't.
Gargo says, let's give me a minute, I'll move on.
Did you ask about hotels or Airbnb's?
She says yes.
Gargo says, and Sean asks,
how do you know there ain't no cameras in the Airbnb, right?
Jane says, yes, I wrote they could be covered by security.
We'll just say it's our anniversary and we want to cover them to feel comfortable.
Gargo says, what did you write to Sean?
Jane says, you make my child happy.
I love you.
She starts crying.
She tells Diddy.
Diddy
You make
My child
She tells Diddy
You make me in 50 cents son
Feels so happy
I love you
But she's crying
I don't understand
Garago says
It's okay
Take all the time you need
Jane says I do remember
So are you ready
You ready to go?
She says yes
So in this
Where are you?
It's a hotel night
They introduce something
but it's sealed 3-1-36 is sealed she's starting to cry y'all she's starting to cry we're caught up for
today here we go by the way let's get a little bit more on why they want to kick the black juror out
everybody i'm jesse weber and hearing sex trafficking uh trance questioned by the defense and it's
interesting where they're going we're going to talk more about it i do want to give you a heads up though
usually during this lunchtime show we have elizabeth milner who comes
on to give us started late in the ditty courtroom today they started and check it out but right now
she's continuing to be cross-examined and associates and and sex acts these hotelified that all this is
desensitizing sex for her that and you could argue is it because she felt that she's doing all
these things and yet he's seeing people on the side she's not being treated as fairly or does she feel
that she's being pressured into this against her will the reason i say this is she's being cross-examined
by Tenney Garrigos, and I'm going to read a little bit of the transcript right now,
a little bit of the court updates.
And by the way, from the next hour and a half, we're going to be reporting in real time
what's happening with the testimony.
If we break it down, Ms. Garagos asks, sir, and you said, if you don't get your A out of the
island, no party, right?
Right.
Sean wrote you a note that you said meant the world to you.
You told KK., meaning Christina Korn, his former chief of staff, you told KK.,
you wanted to make it cute and romantic.
Yes.
The Valentine's Day Hotel Night having two men there.
Was that your idea?
It was.
Let's go to the thing about the jury.
I'll bet you.
As part of your question's concerned is about Jesse because that's the point the defense
is making all these cross-examination.
Seems that the government doesn't want this juror dismissed, removed from the case,
but found their, quote, appeared to be a lack of candor with the court.
And the defense seemingly has accused the government.
Again, this happened at the beginning of the day.
of trying to excuse this juror because they're a black juror or they are.
I mean, that's quite the allegation, basically saying the prosecution is trying to exclude
a juror who, I can't tell if the motivation they're saying the motivation was because of race
or, hey, listen, the end result would be if you get rid of a juror who is a black juror,
that's a big factor in this case.
I have no idea what's going on here.
Do you have any idea what the issue could be?
Not necessarily unless they're not paying attention.
You know, maybe they feel like they're,
she's not making maybe the juror.
I'm saying shade of jurors making faces.
It's hard to determine what's happening without really knowing the issues.
But clearly the government has found something about her
and they obviously don't like her as a juror for some reason
to want to get rid of her.
Obviously, defense likes this juror.
And, you know, it's very hard for a judge to remove a juror in the middle of a trial,
even though there's alternates.
Let's make a pretty good showing.
that could be reversible error, if not careful.
Yeah, it's interesting.
And the judge said that they'll figure it out before the end of the weekend what to do.
So we'll probably get some update on that.
Okay.
Hey, Serena, I got a question for you.
And what a compliment you get here.
This is from M. Patherie.
Hey, Serena, my favorite attorney after Jesse, of course.
Sorry, Lawrence, but this is, this is, you know, what can get?
Hey, Serena.
My favorite attorney after Jesse, of course.
You're super smart, discerning, a great communicator, and well-versed with the law,
enjoy your inputs very much.
That, whoa, I thought there was even a question.
It's just, it's a whole compliment session.
You know, you can read that all day, Jesse.
That's fine.
I may have to, by the way.
Thank you so much.
I'm not on off enough for people to really remember me.
Well, listen, let's see.
Maybe at the end of this whole show, Lawrence, you'll get a kind comment.
We'll see.
But, Serene, I'll throw another one to you because we have a lot of questions coming in right now.
Okay, this is from Bella Reyes. This is to you, Serena.
Is Tenny Garagos measuring up to the task? I guess it means measuring up to the task of cross-examining, Jane.
I think she is. I will give her her flowers, her props. You know, it is very difficult to cross-examine, you know, an alleged victim of sexual assault.
It is very, very difficult, especially in a case that's being watched by thousands, hundreds of thousands of people, millions of people across the
country that adds pressure. I think that she's handling herself beautifully. I think that she is
approaching this in the exact right way. She's not being too aggressive and offensive, but she's
just aggressive enough to kind of tell the jury that she's not buying the story and that neither
should they. You do have to walk a very fine line in these cases in particular when you cross
examine somebody like that. And so she's trying to base this all on facts.
and evidence and not really insult this woman while at the same time trying to discredit her.
It's not an easy task, so I will give her props.
Lawrence, going back to you, this is a question about the jury.
This is from legal code.
If I had a sister on the jury, would she be in trouble for talking to me about what's going on?
Absolutely.
So how would the court find out?
And can she even say, hey, listen, I'm not going to tell you what's going on, but there's a big case happening.
It's in the news a lot.
It's about a big, big celebrity, a big rap star.
A federal case, I'm going to be out.
Can she even say that she's on the jury?
I mean, I haven't seen any court orders,
but I don't see why she can't say she's on the jury.
I mean, it's obviously public knowledge.
People walk to the courtroom or see jurors walking to the courthouse.
That's absolutely fine.
But can't talk about anything that they're seen in court.
Can't talk about the case.
That is absolutely a violation of their oath.
They could be removed, hell and the contempt.
That would be bad.
How would they find out about that?
Oh, gosh, I mean, so many different ways I've seen.
I mean, maybe somebody hears about it comes forward.
Maybe the juror says, oh, I was talking to my sister yesterday about the case,
and other juror tells.
I mean, I've had cases where one time in a case where a juror came up told the judge
that they were informed by the clerk of the jury that about something that happened in court
and that was a violation.
So, I mean, there's all different ways.
I was once walking in a court and this years ago when Facebook first came out
and saw some people post on Facebook.
Back when you could check in somewhere,
You see other people checking in and posting and there's someone posted saying I'm a juror in federal court today can't wait to hang them high
So I saw that I went immediately the chief judge and I told the chief judge about it. So I mean that's a problem
People are selling. I mean you know people do something like mine that every that we find out you know
I was thinking on social media well by the way Lawrence you think there's a possibility these jurors are gonna come out and speak
after the trial 100% of course
it's their time to make money and shine, right?
I mean, I mean, I'm sure they will.
Oh, my goodness, you are, you are so, what's the word I'm looking for?
You're so, realist.
Oh, no, what was the word?
I was going to make a joke out of it.
You're so, oh, I forgot the word.
I'll come up with it.
My joke will hit, but not land.
I mean, I'm not saying you sure.
What was the word?
What was the word I had?
I don't remember.
But yeah, you think that they are.
Not everyone, but, you know, you don't want to be biased.
You're so jaded.
You're so jaded.
That's what you are.
You're so jaded.
I've just seen these high profile cases.
They come out.
You know, someone writes a book.
What can happen in the Murdoch case where you have the clerk writing a book while it was going on.
Wow.
I mean, it's terrible.
I mean, these are serious issues.
These are people on trial for their lives and they have people who are accusing somebody.
They may have been seriously sexually abused.
It shouldn't happen.
But I'm just saying what I've seen historically, I don't doubt it.
No, like, I don't disagree with you.
I was just making money.
I was still making money in the OJ case.
Okay, here we go.
So,
try some more tweets.
We're caught up here.
Okay.
And this is 3-1.
So these are sealed exhibits.
3152.
Is it a message after the hotel night saying,
I love living in a moment with you.
It was our little parte, rosé,
whatever we were saying.
Is that a moon emoji?
Comey says,
Your Honor, maybe we approach sidebar.
They're having a sidebar.
sidebar is over.
Garagos then says,
Jane,
jumping ahead,
DX3172.
Is this a message chain
between you and Combs?
August 9th,
2023.
Jane says yes.
Garagos says,
Mr. Combs writes,
movie night is off the charts.
You say you agree, right?
She said, she agrees.
Gargo says then,
All-Star Night.
Oh, my God.
The All-Star freak off.
Chat.
Jane Doe has suggested a all-star freakoff, one for the ages.
She was going to get and sequester the top three porn stars, male,
and she was going to fuck them all in the same night.
She called it a all-star freak off, okay?
Now, apparently it was canceled by the hurricane.
They said, yes.
They said you heard Mr. Cones was on a podcast in Croatia,
where he said he had sex on a yacht trip.
So you said he lied to you, right?
Jane says it hurt my feelings.
When did, let me see.
Did he podcast Croatia?
I think that's the, I think that's this.
Every day is.
I think it's this, eh?
We on set on my new podcast called Carisha, please.
Carisha, please.
It's my shit.
It's my show.
What we do things.
real raw and uncut, when you sugar-colored shit, and we get to all the smoke.
So today's guest we got the one-and-only, Mr. Billionaire D.
Is this Croatian?
Diddy.
You call me billionaire dick?
Yeah.
The one-and-only.
Yeah, the motherfucking one-only.
What's up?
Before we get into the smoke, we got to have a drink.
This interview is being brought to you by Dalyante.
Oh, man.
Ditty wasn't shit.
Okay.
So he had admitted that he had had sex on the same.
his yacht trip.
Wow.
Wow.
It appears, and didn't I tell y'all chat?
Young Miami and how he treated her
fucked up his whole situation.
He treated her very different than he treated the rest.
I told you that from with Cassie.
I think Cassie filed a lawsuit because she felt away.
Did he told me bitches couldn't talk to him like that?
How is she talking to him like that?
Did he told me you don't do shit like that for a bit?
How do you?
Exactly.
Exactly.
Or in a jacket, a little too tight.
Like, you know.
I'm just not going for that.
So do you feel like with dating, like, was it a business relationship?
Do you feel like it was beneficial for you?
I felt like it was beneficial for both of us.
I think that, like, you know, I was able to come and be a brand ambassador for Delian and take it to a whole other level.
Because I feel like, I won't say nobody wasn't drinking delion, but...
No, like, I wasn't drunk of Delion.
But when I came, it was just like, it's a city or a summer, we drink in Delion, we're
acting bad.
So I felt like I was an asset.
I honestly feel like what did he, like, you know, I made him at a P party.
And I don't know what his intentions was, but I don't know if it was like a business or he
really liked me, but I felt like, you know, when he got me, he really saw something in
me.
And that's why I was like, you know what?
You got a big personality.
Like, you can, you should do a podcast.
Like, you know how to engage.
conversations like you got like you know how to ask good questions so I felt like you know I
came into his world and I was able to like turn everything he had going on up a notch like you know
he had deli young I was able to have a whole world tricking deli on putting in his songs like I made
it popular you know yeah and then with revolt I was able to come and make it a number one podcast
on revolt yeah so I felt like you know and then with him it was like he was able to you know
take my career to the next level I did a mat gala I got ready to
with old. Like I wasn't, I wasn't going to the relationship thinking like, I want to get a purse.
I want to go on private jets. I want to get diamonds. Like, I'm feeling like I'm up on a mogul.
I want to learn something. You know, like I want to learn business. I want to learn how to, okay,
you got a network. How can I get a network? Or, you know, you, you had a Sean John. How can I make
reach a please the next Sean John? So I went to that relationship, like, on a, like, more of like,
I want to become a mogul and I want to learn up up under. You know, most people just, you just
want to get their body done, you want to get the trip, you want to just do that video.
I wasn't one of them.
And that's what I respect about you because even though you're a city girl, meeting your best
friend and knowing you, you're very womany.
I always say that and like just a grown woman.
And so I even seen the elevation in your production and your team that you started hiring
business managers.
Hello.
And I think that it I think that like when you get around people you see certain things like you're able to like you should be able to learn something for somebody
And I felt like I was able to see like how should my business be operating like I should have a cheapest fail
Yeah, I should have a business manager, you know I should have all these things in place and that's what I was learning like I took that more of like a learning experience as far as like
Trying to become a mogul. That's why I'm like I'm a mogul I'm a business one and I feel like
And he was never rich and he would.
I really like Chuck.
Because me was next.
We want to hear a talk about daddy.
I don't know.
The Global Icon Award, the Lifetime Achine.
Here we go.
I have you thought.
Yeah.
Oh, this is when she started crying.
And I feel like, in life you got to go through shit and get through shit.
Like I said that and I was like, wow, that's some real shit.
Yeah.
And I feel like in life everybody is going through something, whether it's a divorce, whether it's a death, whether it's, they just lost their jobs, just anything.
And that's what keeps me going because I know that life are perfect.
And we got to learn from our mistakes and life is a lesson.
And I feel like the people that I thought that would be in my corner or that are like, when I was going through this shit, nobody called me.
nobody coming to see how it was doing like people was really like yeah i have you thought yeah so
when it comes to ditty why do you think that you are so heavily involved in everything like
everything that comes out about him like you said it's automatically well what you think well why
you how you feel what you got to say because people feel like um i was diddy biggest
cheerleader and I made him my brand and I felt like Diddy was on brand for me.
I got with Diddy and brought him to my life.
I had him at the office.
I was still doing Richie roulette and a split all right on.
Are we?
Slat up on my head.
I never think I was beginning the program.
I was still on my city worship.
I was still doing remixes.
Don't play with it.
You go Gucci Man.
Guiche Man.
First impression.
I was still working.
City Girls was on tour with Jack Hollow.
We had at bad, you know, Diddy came to me with the song, told JT
that's going on this record.
Like I was still doing city's birthday.
I was heavily involved in the group.
I never thought I was beginning the program.
So with Diddy, what was your experience with dating him?
Because I feel like in the headlines, it's a lot of just chaos and it's a lot of allegations.
And so I think that's what makes people feel like, well, since you were so heavily involved,
you were, you were a part of these things, or you are you, you are a part of these things.
or you were around these things.
So what was your experience like, you know, dating him?
Well, I met Ditty at Pee Party,
and I met him when he was in a love era.
And I met Didi when the world was celebrating him
and giving him his flowers while he was alive.
Like he did, he was getting the Global Icon Award,
the Lifetime Achievement Award, The Key to the City.
He had a new album that was coming out.
So I was celebrating him with the world.
And I just feel like everybody trying to crucify me for it.
Like, you was doing.
You was his biggest advocate, you was his cheerily, but I was just celebrating when the world was celebrating him.
So why am I being crucified or why am I being separated?
Yeah.
When I was named him, it was love, love, love, the frequency is how.
We used to laugh, because that's like, damn it's always, what's up, queen?
Yes.
So I just felt like I met him in a whole new area and there wasn't in my screen meet.
Like when I met him, it was just like, I told y'all on season one, I used to ask him, like, why are you fucking with me?
Why are you fucking with a city girl?
Yeah. Why are you coming to my room? Because I'm on some whole other shit. Like, you know, you know my lyrics and stuff. And it's just like, when I got him, got with him, he was just a man. And like, it was more of like, okay, we ain't going to do that. We're going to sit. We're going to communicate. We're going to get solutions. What's going on? Like, we ain't even going that route. So that was my experience with him.
So a lot of the things that people really, like, say about him, you didn't experience that as in dating. That's not something that.
you saw so is that the reason why you never said anything is that the reason why when all of these
allegations and lawsuits came apart like why didn't you speak because i can't speak on something
that was in my experience and i can't speak on something that i don't know i can't speak on these
allegations because i wasn't around at the time i don't know that person and that wasn't my
experience so with you being i feel like
a survivor of domestic violence.
He never hit you in a relationship.
He was never violent.
Was that something that you had to tolerate or that's just that that wasn't a, that wasn't a part of, you know, because I feel like that's the biggest thing to him right now is, you know, what he's going through in these lawsuits and, you know, that video that came out.
And it's like, I feel like a lot of people are wondering, was that your experience?
And I know personally that you've been through domestic violence before and I don't think.
that's something that I know that's something that you've grown from and that you don't tolerate.
I went through romance violence in two relationships. And I told myself, I did a second relationship,
I would never put myself in that situation again, especially now being in my mom. I'm a mom.
I was a mother then, but I have my daughter. Like, I would never put myself in that position.
I don't stand for domestic violence. I'm just not going for that.
So do you feel like with Dayton, Dedy, like, was it a business relationship?
Do you feel like it was beneficial for you?
I felt like it was beneficial for both of us.
I think that, like, you know, I was able to come and be a brand ambassador for Delianne
and take it to a whole other level because I feel like I won't say nobody wasn't drinking Delian.
Okay.
Should get some more tweets here, people.
Should get some more tweets.
Let's go.
All righty then.
We're still waiting on some more shit.
Okay.
We're still waiting on more tweets.
All right, people.
Vlad is running an interview.
with DJ Vlad.
He's running an interview with someone
who we thought would be on the stand,
but hasn't shown up yet.
It looks like it's unlikely he would show up
if he's doing an interview now.
It's with the bodyguard Roger Bonds
who speaks about how Diddy felt about 50 cent.
You know, I'm whatever, whatever.
Do you feel on some level that Cassie really enjoyed it
and really liked it and maybe certain times she didn't?
to me it doesn't seem like she was being forced every time.
Right.
What do you think?
Based on being around them.
I think it was drugs.
Oh.
You know what I'm saying?
I think a certain amount of drugs
going to make you feel a certain way.
You know what I'm saying?
And I think that's one of the things that we all hear
is about the amount of drugs that they was doing.
So you're probably doing it to get to that point
where you really don't care or you really do enjoy it.
So if I had to answer it, I would say depending on how much drugs they did, I think it was times that she really did enjoy it.
You know what I'm saying?
I think it was times that she actually didn't remember it.
You know what I'm saying?
I really, I remember one conversation, but I just had my ears open and I heard puff say, yo, man, I don't remember that shit.
I was high, you know?
So when I hear about some of the stuff that they say and he say, yo, I didn't remember I was high, I noticed some of that shit,
It's true because I heard him say that shit before.
Now, 50 cents baby mother, Daphne Joy, was mentioned.
And I know that she was hanging around Puff.
Was that after you left?
Yeah, that was after.
So you never saw her.
Nah, not.
Got it.
Him and Puff always had that off and on type of situation.
We almost had a fight at the MTV Awards and all that stuff.
Okay, so he mentions this.
I remember I mentioned this to Tony Ayo when he was on my show last week.
So I guess at one point, there was some sort of friction with 50 cent,
and it was at the MTV Awards.
And I guess they were talking, and Diddy was like,
I don't like that all that back and forth stuff.
I like guns.
Okay.
Do you remember that conversation?
I don't remember that conversation because him and 50 went off to the side,
but I remember it was just me and Diddy did it.
And it was Yeo and a bunch of dudes from Queens.
sit there and it was 50 and Puff was like,
yo, I'm just going to walk up on him and punch him in his face.
Oh, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.
Puff said he's going to walk up on 50 set and punch him in the face.
Yeah, he said, I'm just going to punch him in the face.
And I said, yo, yo, yeah, what are you talking about?
He said, yo, ain't that your man?
Ain't that you man?
He said, man, go talk to your man.
I said, yo, hold up, B, because he knew me and Yeo was tight.
Hold on.
So he said, let me see if I get Yeo on the phone really.
Hold on a second.
I got it.
Hold on.
This is too good.
I try to get Yale on the phone.
Just to get Yale on the phone.
So I try to talk some sense in Puff Head because, you know, the other people that was around is just crash dummies.
Whatever Pups they do, they do.
Me, I'm thinking about the repercussions.
So I said, no matter how tight me and Yeo is, you punch his man in the face, all of them niggas is getting up.
Oh, yeah.
You know what I'm saying?
So it's just me and him.
So I say, yo, but you can't do that, man.
I see it was just me and you here.
He said,
You're scared?
You scared?
I said, no, I ain't scared.
I said, I'm just telling you that that don't make no sense.
So him and 50 talk.
And then after about 10 minutes of them talking, he said,
all right, come on, yo, let's go.
And then, yeah, yo came up.
And me and him started talking.
And he told Puff, yo, you know who you got with you?
He was like, yeah, I know, I know.
And that was the end of that.
Because that was like a conversation and a beef and a problem that was over my head.
Yeah, it was there because we bumped into him.
But I know that they talk on the phone all the time
or they deal with stuff a different way.
And then it was times when we got together
and they act like they was hunky-dory.
So I really didn't know what was going on with them.
It was an off-and-on type thing.
Yeah.
When I mentioned the whole gun thing to Tony Ayo,
you know, I don't like go back and forth.
I got guns.
Tony was like, yeah, we were in a gun.
guns too.
Yeah, exactly.
Sure.
We're ready for that.
Yeah.
I mean, we all have bulletproof trucks.
After Diddy and 50 had been doing some press for MTV,
Diddy told her that he was having some problems with 50 and that I like guns, you know,
in terms of deal with.
Oh, well, we like guns too.
At that point, niggas would have got eradicated.
Blub, blah, blah.
It would, like, come on, bro, we have bulletproof trucks.
Like, we like guns too.
Like, when it come to 50, you.
When it come to 50 and us, we'd be for the best of them.
Like, I never had a friendship with Diddy.
I never had a friendship with not too many people in industry.
So that's all I know.
But at that point, like, in my 20s at that time, and still too now.
Like, I'm just keeping it real.
I don't want to say anything crazy because the Internet has been indicting people lately.
So I don't want to say that crazy.
But, you know, like, I'm just like, that would have been crazy for him.
I think Diddy was just talking that day.
I think he was just talking.
I think he just wanted to look.
Tony A.
You wanted them.
Good, because, come on, bro.
No way.
I remember, like,
remember how 50 in them
used to wear the bulletproof vests on stage?
Yeah.
And so forth.
I remember being a G-unit offices.
This was about maybe 2004 or so.
And, you know,
I would show up with my camera.
This one was a DJ and I was doing DVDs.
And I remember Tony Yeo walks into G-unit offices,
takes off his,
jacket and he had a bulletproof vest on, just walking around.
Right.
This is not a stage prop.
Right.
This is not for entertainment.
Yale was really wearing a vest.
Right.
That's when they was beefing with Jimmy Hens.
With Jimmy Hed.
Because remember, his belly got shot up.
Right.
So, Yale was like, oh, okay, he should have done that.
We were ready for that.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I believe it.
I believe it.
Jimmy even told me that.
Jimmy even said they're not to be played with, Barnes.
He said they're not to be played with.
and hearing that from him
was a surprise to me
you know
I mean look
I know 50
you know I'm not best
interesting
here you go
by the way
okay here we are Matthew Russell Lee
inner city press here at the Southern District of New York
courthouse today
it's
Wednesday
June 11th
day 21 of the U.S. versus Sean Comststststrow
now there were some hiccups yesterday because
as happened with Mia where they put up an exhibit
and then made threats for noting that the exhibit had been published.
It was apparently an error, but that's not the press's fault, I don't think.
Yesterday, Tiniguergos was questioning the witness known as Jane,
and identified the gender, which I'm tactfully now that they've exed it out.
Not revealing, but they did exit out in the transcript,
and the whole thing's become kind of untenable.
point at which it's imperative that both to allow live reporting and just for a general first
amendment purposes things said or shown in open court must be able to be reported without any kind of
threats so there's there i'm coming up to fully square here where there's a lot of tv trucks and this is
not for the ditty trial this is for the ice protest there's been many of them yesterday this square was
filled to the rim. The issues went beyond ice, actually, including the mayoral race. It was a
big chance for Zoran Mandani. But today, the cameras are set up. Actually, this could be Diddy.
I take that back. Early morning, it's Diddy. By the afternoon, ice. And all night long,
nothing but ice. There behind me is the Second Circuit, where all of this may soon be headed.
We actually have a case waiting for a decision up there about unsealing the sentencing letters
of Sebastian Greenwood of the one-coing crypto fraud.
But I digress.
Look behind.
That is fully square.
And hopefully the thread will begin today just before 1 p.m.
To be continued.
Interested your press.
See if we got some more tweets here, people.
Okay.
Gargo says you propose zero bond or Casa Sipriani
as two private clubs in New York, right?
She said yes.
But you ended up to go into a lounge, right?
She said yes.
After you rejected a new entertainer for lack of chemistry,
you call Cabral, right?
She said yes.
And you said that you were high that night and felt freer because you let Cabral do things you usually didn't.
She said yes.
Then you wrote to Mr. Combs, I love you so much.
She says yes.
Hmm.
So they're almost making it seem like this Cabral dude.
She fucked him without Diddy.
Because her Diddy was with Young Miami.
Then when Diddy wanted to introduce someone, she said, I can't get along with this guy.
Let me call up Cabraal.
Cabrae comes through, knocks her down.
He's doing things with her outside the norm.
Oh, wow.
I ain't going to lie.
Her testimony starting to stray, stray a bit.
Starting to stray, not going to lie.
Let me see.
Situations, or was she honestly enjoying it?
I mean, as men, we know when a woman is enjoying.
being with us as opposed to like they're not really into us.
Yeah, so the answer to both questions is actually no.
I didn't feel her that she was distressed in any way.
But as much as my ego wants to say, yeah, she was feeling me, she was loving it or whatever,
it was clear she's doing it for her man.
But not from a point of, I never got, he's making me do it, right?
I got, this is what he likes, this is what turns him on.
on I'm gonna hold my man down.
And my vibe with her was so cool.
I never saw it as, hey look, I'm into this guy or not,
but it's like, okay, if I'm gonna do this,
this is a guy I'm comfortable with making this happen for.
And with all of the details coming out,
I'm like, I'm tripping because I literally,
for all that time, believed I was the only guy
they were doing this with.
Like, I believed the story from day one.
was her birthday. They was trying something new. And now when they want to try this, I'm the go-to
guy. And I was really walking around, like, to the few, because I didn't tell many people,
but the few people I spoke to, I'm walking around like, yeah, you know, I'm Cassie's boy toy,
you know, did he got all his girls? You know what I'm saying? Did he got all his girls? But so
she, I'm the guy that, yo, baby, you get a treat. And I'm the guy, like, I was just gas for no
reason, man. No reason.
Well, Cassie talked about how, you know, these male escorts would urinate in her mouth.
Whoa.
Did you ever do that?
Nah, man.
I mean, you know, what I described was missing out, brother.
It was literally what it was every single time.
You know, I heard some of the testimony, too.
And, you know, I can honestly say I didn't experience anything past what they call vanilla sex.
Okay.
It was nothing, like, crazy about it.
And you and Diddy never had anything.
words together, interactions, conversations, anything?
Well, the crazy thing about it is we never had eye contact.
The first time I had eye contact with him was walking out of the courtroom after my testimony.
Okay.
When did it stop?
Around March of 2015.
Okay. And how long did it go by that point?
That was like three years?
It started.
Yeah, it started September of 2012 and then ended March of 2015.
And the total sessions was what, about 12 or so?
I'm estimating.
I estimate 8 to 12.
I don't know exactly.
I was assuming the federal government was going to tell me because, man, that was the
craziest process ever, man, because when they contacted me, they had more information
than I had.
Oh, I didn't even remember, you know what I'm saying?
That's the feds, which kind of tells you.
if they had more info than he did,
how much are they feeding him the info
as opposed to trying to jog his memory?
Okay.
Let's get some more tweets.
Gargo says,
you said that you were high that night
and you felt free.
You would let him do things
you wouldn't normally let him do.
Yes.
You also wrote to Mr. Combs
that you love him so much.
Red thing for the five, okay?
Is that cool?
Okay, I'll do it in a second.
You wrote to Mr. Combs,
I love you so much.
Jane says I did.
Garago says you spoke about a sobriety party.
You resented him for it, right?
She said yes.
Garago says you wanted to break up with him after you saw him with Gina, right?
Jane says there was so many times I wanted to break up with him.
Hmm.
Interesting.
Okay.
She would say that dudes would like bust on her chest and then she would go to Diddy and rub come on his nipples.
Yeah, I heard that.
I said. I heard that. Yeah. You know what I said? When I heard that, I said, Puff can never win an argument with a man ever again.
Because, you know, if you all start arguing, all the guy has to say is, well, I didn't rub a dudes come on my nipples.
Yeah, yeah. How do you respond to that?
No, that's what I'm saying? He got to go back to jail now. So I'm saying to myself, like, what is you saying to these dudes back here? How is you looking at him? You still puff. You know what I'm saying? So, yeah, that was crazy.
That was from the, and then he said, she said something about he would make a drink to come and then go kiss him and do stuff like that.
Wait, he did that?
Yeah, that's what they said.
You know, I know what that's called.
It's called a snowball.
Is it?
Yeah, if a dude, it's like a porn term.
You Vlad, how you know this, bro?
Okay.
Not the kind of porn I watch, mind you.
But I've just heard about this before.
It's like, like, you know, like cuckold type porn.
Okay.
Like dudes would come in a girl's mouth and she would, like, not swallow, then go kiss.
the cuckold and kind of spit the cum in his mouth.
Oh, yeah.
That's a thing.
A cuckold thing.
Oh, really?
Definitely not my thing.
Yeah, that's crazy right.
I'm not really considered doing.
I'm trying to identify with the nut on your nipples.
What is that doing?
I don't know, man.
You know what?
But here's the thing, right?
And I've said this.
With everyone taking the stand,
these are people that are really around Puff,
these are escorts, this is Cassie, you know, so forth and so forth,
and so forth.
You see all the stuff that's gay-ish, right?
Rubbing a dude's come on your nipples is gay-ish.
But no one has said, and then Puffy got head from a dude.
Even the Punisher dude said, me and Puffy had no interactions.
Right, right, right, right.
Cassie could easily say, yeah, then Ditty got his back blown out by one of the escorts or, you know, whatever, the other way around.
Nobody has ever said this.
Now, he could be doing those things with, like, a guy that, no.
knows about, but you're around all the time.
Do you think Puffy is gay or bisexual?
Or do you think that he just likes this weird shit that kind of like
dances around the line of it?
I mean, it depends on what you say bisexualism,
because I'm definitely going to say all that shit that she said is bisexual.
It's bisexual-ish.
I'm just saying like, I just think it's different
than actually doing something with the man.
So you asking me, do I think he've been penetrated or something?
Or he's gotten head.
from a due because there's been lawsuits that allege this.
Right, right, right.
But the thing is though, right,
because I try to be fair,
you know, I'm not just throwing anyone under the bus.
Right.
I remember I talked to a lawyer that was close to the situation.
And what he said was interesting.
He said, look, there's like 100 lawsuits against Puff.
You don't think the feds look through every single lawsuit
to try to pull in, you know, the people into this actual case.
none of those lawsuits
included people
in this Fed case
which makes me think that a lot of those allegations
are just nonsense
or just completely unprovable.
Right.
So everyone, it's a lot different
to file a civil lawsuit
than to actually take the stand,
take the oath,
and then lie
and then potentially go thrown in jail
for perjury.
Right.
So do you think
that Puff was actually doing
really gay stuff
with a man,
getting penetrating,
getting head from a man, like.
Me, myself, I don't think so, because it's like what you said.
I think somebody would step.
So, what I'm saying.
With everybody, with everybody stepping up the way that they is now?
That's what I'm saying.
I believe somebody would say, even, and we all know, you know, not, and I love, you know,
we all know the bisexual, man.
We all know the gay man.
Love the, love the scream and tell somebody, yeah, you think you all that, this is what
happened.
Right.
So, you know what I'm saying, for, for that not to happen, I don't think he was.
That's what I'm saying.
You know, I think he just, I can't even say he's a freak.
He's more than a freak.
You know what I'm saying?
I think he's just weird.
Yeah, I mean, look, if someone tells me, like yourself, is rubbing come on, some of the dudes come on her nipples gay, I think is gay.
I'm not going to argue what you say, no, that's not gay.
I'm just saying that there's different levels to this.
And once you cross the line of actually doing things with the man themselves, that to me is, okay, you're actually gay.
you actually like physical, you know, intimacy with a male.
Right.
And I just feel like there's always a woman involved.
And like the Punisher said, he never did anything with Puff.
Puff was just there in the corner.
Right.
You know?
And Cassie said a lot of the stuff that they did, they did in another room.
You know what I'm saying?
That she would go in the other room.
So I think that he ain't want the guy to see that type of stuff.
Yeah.
And there's that another.
So I think it was, it might have just been some type of free.
I want my girl to do this, you know.
we freak and we turn it out.
Some people get...
So the bodyguard never seen
what he thought was just...
Not straight, gay gay stuff, but gay gay stuff.
Garragos then asked,
you're in the Equino's parking line
you try to break up with Diddy, right?
She said yes.
Let me play your audio recording.
This is an audio recording of Sean's voice saying,
yo, we were both tripping.
And Jane then sends a voice don't test.
Pretty much you're right, you're right, we need to pick each other up.
So it looks like they're agreeing that whatever argument or fight was in the Equinox parking lot, it went too far.
So, I don't know.
By the way, I'm kind of retracting and I'm rolling back what I've been saying.
I kind of started out by saying that I think she's more credible than Cassie.
Because I thought she had more actual facts that would.
go towards the actual charge of sex trafficking,
the more this continues, I'm starting to think,
uh,
maybe she's not a victim at all.
Now, Cassie, I have the same feeling with,
but Cassie was crying so much,
and she was detailing her story was so sad.
So sad that I could see a juror feeling so sad for Cassie and saying,
look, look how pretty this girl is.
It's no way she did this willingly.
So I can see Cassie's story now flying more than Daphne Joy's story.
Daphne's story seemingly is about money, it's about some jealousy.
She wanted just equal treatment.
She knew she was in a harem.
Look like he was telling her the truth for the most part.
She just wanted equal treatment, okay?
Equal compensation.
She knew she was kind of doing sex work.
yo put some money on my on my account exactly right here's that's what i think i have no idea
i mean you know but i mean keep in mind he's 55 years old so 15 years you get out of 70 i don't
think he would take i mean blowing trial is always a risk you know right it's it's always a risk
man and jail is jail there's a difference between jail right now he's in jail mdc that's jail
Rikers Island, that's jail.
Nassau County, that's jail.
Prison is, you know,
Attica, green,
you know, that's prison, bro.
You know what I mean?
So it's a big difference, you know what I mean?
Nobody wants to be in jail or prison
because it's a whole other world.
Imagine what all Kelly's doing.
Remember a girl was singing,
he was singing on the phone,
somebody's wife?
Like, that shit is crazy.
It's shocking to your body.
It'll age them fast.
It's going to hurt their body.
The food is not.
the same. You used to, your,
your smallest closet
or your smallest bathroom
is not even the size
of the cell.
Yeah. It's shocking.
So, you know, for me, I mean,
I've been, I did little skid
bids and I learned to stay out of trouble, you know.
Nobody want to be in a can, eating
that food, hearing motherfuckers'
war stories. This motherfucker
broke up with his girl and, you know,
pray for Tory, hopefully he do get better. You know,
I don't choose sides with him and
Megan shit, motherfucker got stabbed up.
That's terrible, you know me, 14 times.
But that's what happens in prison.
That's what happens in jail.
That's why I tell my young niggas, yo, stay out of jail, men, stay off that Allen.
You don't be on Rikers Island.
In the summertime, you don't want to be on Rikers Island in the wintertime.
Springtime, every season fucked up on Rikers.
One of my, you know, one of my little guys from the hood, young dude.
You know, he's young.
Went to jail, back.
He's facing the 7 to 15.
I wanted to cry for him.
Yo, yay, I'm facing 7 to 15.
I said, he said this time he tricked himself off the streets.
So when you do, like, when you look at that situation
with Diddy, you got all that money, a motherfucker that's,
because there's more people that don't got it than got it.
I say that all the time, you know what I'm saying?
They're gonna look at like, man, Diddy,
you tricked yourself off the streets.
Got 500 million, man, listen, man, go, go find a wife.
Or if you want a wife or two, that's on
you go find a white and just chill lay back stay out of trouble don't have the wild parties at the crib
because you know lawsuits is coming i think easier said than done chat easier said than done
you know i think a lot of people feel like you when you don't have money you think
what i would do to get money i wouldn't do anything to jeopardize and lose it except when you get
money, now it becomes thrilling pleasure seeking because the idea of having money is now normal.
The same mentality takes to get money is the same mentality usually takes to lose the money.
The same driving determination gets it.
It's like gambling.
The same, a crazy gambler will tell you, yo, I won $2 million.
You're like, damn, how'd you win $2 million?
but it takes the same
person that has the
because here's the thing some people they win
$20 are out
for a nigga to win $2 million
he has a certain mindset
the same mindset you take to win
$2 million is the same mindset
that you have when you lost
$4 million.
So when you say
oh he should just get his money
and just stay out the way
did he was somebody
who was always wanted more
he wanted more
I always keep bringing up this clip
this clip when he gets off the phone
he has a clip he's like I'm a monster
I get what I want
where is it at
isn't that
I got my MTV out
savage I'm a savage
oh if I want a point to get
whatever I want I have to get
now I propose to y'all
the same mindset that takes
Diddy to get what he got
because it's always cool
and everybody's like well if I ever had Diddy money
I would never do those sex parties.
The mindset that it takes to be a billionaire
is the same mindset that when you acquire it
will probably also cause the pitfalls
from where, what you just got.
So Diddy's mentality was whatever I want I have to get.
He gets a billion dollars.
A bad bitch is really like,
you might look at a girl profile,
I want her, I want her.
She started fucking with you.
You got her.
Two years into the relationship.
I got her ready.
Fuck it.
Your eyes desire something else.
The point is, Did he got the billion already?
That fire never dies.
He feels whatever he wants he could get.
That might manifest into a woman.
That might manifest into a sexual situation.
That might manifest into control.
That's why he's in this predicament.
But to say,
he got success and then start thinking different and fucked it up.
No.
The same mentality that got him success got him to where he's at now.
A man who wouldn't take no for an answer.
A man who was cunning, manipulative.
A man who would buy his way.
Don't worry if I write rhymes.
I write checks.
A man who would use money as a placebo, money as a Band-Aid.
a man who would do anything by any means necessary,
a man who was living life on literally the edge
taking the most ultimate chances.
That's what got him is billion.
That's what got him here as well.
Yes! What's next?
What's next? I got to get it. I'm not going to stay fucking down.
I'm not going to stay fucking lying down. I'm not. I can't do that, man.
I can't do that. What's next? Give me something else. What can't you do?
I can do it.
I can do anything.
I got my MTV out.
Savage, I'm a savage.
Oh, whatever I want to get.
Whatever I want, I have to get.
Yes.
Same person.
Kick in the door.
You think I could book that for like the weekend of the 14th
when the soundtrack comes out?
But there's a clip of Diddy when he was like,
I got my MTV out.
Savage, I'm a savage.
Oh, I'm a savage.
Whatever I want to get, whatever I want I have to get!
What's next?
What's next?
I got it.
Else, what can't you do?
I can do it.
I can do anything.
What the hell's wrong with this dude, man?
He needs to calm down.
I think that that whole mentality got to his head where...
I agree.
He got so out of control that he just started doing.
Puff came back downstairs.
He was heated.
He said, yo, Gene, I got 126 employees.
And these people depend on me for their livelihoods.
If these white folks...
Jordan Jane, thinking of the 20.
He says, yo, fifth, did Jane tell you?
Tell you the same things?
What do you mean?
What do you mean?
Think of that donation, by the way.
Let's get some more tweets in there.
Garago says, no entertainers that night.
So they're talking about the night after the Equinox parking lot
where they were arguing.
And she was trying to break up with them.
them. And they were both tripping. And then they both admitted, yo, we're both tripping. She said,
we need to pick each other up, not put each other down. Garago says, did you have entertainers at
night? She said, nah. Right. And Garago says, but it was after that video in the Cassie lawsuit
that became public, right? She says, yes. Before that, would Combs write Cassie love letters
while with you? She says, I'm not sure. Oh, I do remember.
And it gets adjourned.
So look like Diddy would write Cassie love letters in 2020.
Ooh, that's a good tie-in.
Diddy, after Cassie now has kids, let me see, when did Cassie have kids?
When did Cassie have children?
They welcomed their first children, a child in 2019.
The second sonny, her daughter, Sunny, was born in 2021.
She Diddy dated this woman from 2021 to 2024.
So even after she was married and had two kids,
Diddy was still thinking about Cassie.
Cassie was a down-ass bee.
He was writing love letters to her.
We don't know if she ever wrote him back.
But would Mr. Combs write Cassie love letters while he was with you?
She said, I'm not sure.
Oh, I remember.
He did.
Did.
The judge says, I understand Ms. Garigos will finish tomorrow morning.
Who will be the next government witness?
It's going to be Andre Lamas and Jonathan Perez in our first summary witness, Ms. Sankar.
When will you rest next Friday or maybe even Wednesday?
So the government plans to rest next week Friday or next week Wednesday.
What does that mean?
I anticipate Diddy is going to put up a defense for the ages.
Got to put up a defense for the ages.
Gina Hew.
It's time for you to clock in.
That's your man.
You want to be here after all these chicks done sold out Diddy.
It's your time.
Young Miami, you want that next Mayback.
You want another show.
Might not be on revolt, but you want to get, you know, Carisha, please.
point two point oh this your time to get on there and be like i was with diddy i knew about these
hos these hos they they were just jealous diddy never beat my ass diddy just always had fun with me
he gave me money he treated me nice ditty's that guy was he off some drugs of course he was off drugs
did he forced me to take drugs hell fucking no i took drugs willingly i you i know what he
represented when i hung out with ditty i got down with a get-down
That's his opportunity to present his case.
Remember, this is how it works in court.
It's not civil court.
And civil court, you need the preponderance, the preponderance of guilt,
which means if the 51%, if you think 51% is likely that the person did it,
you could vote that the person did it.
In a criminal case, it's beyond a reasonable doubt.
you have to believe that this person did it.
You have no doubt in your mind.
The government goes first.
Then, so both do openings.
Government goes first.
Then the defense has a chance to present their case.
Sometimes they do such a good job against the government while playing defense.
They don't even need to present a case.
But still, you should throw some people up there to make sure, you know,
could testify to some opposite.
You want to try.
Like, don't leave no stones unturned.
Then we're going to get closing arguments,
and then it's going to go to the jury.
So if we are looking at this calendar correctly,
and they say next Friday,
let me look at my calendar.
Next Friday is the 20th.
Next Friday is the 20th.
Next Friday is the 20th.
I anticipate that Diddy's team will take at least a week.
At least the week.
At least the week.
So until the 27 to at least present a case,
we might see these bodyguards finally testify.
Look like the bodyguards are holding it down for Diddy.
All of the personal assistants folded on Diddy.
But Diddy's bodyguards, we ain't see one take the stand yet.
They might come in and say,
Hey, now, Diddy did beat some of these bitches' ass.
We broke up fights, but we broke it up in both ways.
I broke up mad fights when Cassie was choking Diddy out,
and Diddy had a black eye before he had to get on stage,
and she hit Diddy with not a frying pan, but a crock pot.
She hit that nigga with a crock pot.
This was a mutual toxic relationship.
Diddy told me mad times, get this bitch out of here.
He was trying to get her to leave, not try to keep her to stay.
So that's what I think Diddy's case or his defense could be.
So if we're doing a timeline here, I say one week, one week for Diddy's defense.
So we're going to the 27th at that point.
So we're going to the 27th.
And if we're at the 27th, let's say they go to the jury, which I don't think.
I think they're going to do opening and closing statements on either the 27th or the 30th.
That's a Friday and a Monday.
then I think we're going to get to the jury.
And I think the jury is going to deliberate for two days.
And I think we're going to get a jury verdict on the third.
Why?
If they don't give it on that third,
fourth is July 4th,
which means they're going to have to come back in the 7th
and possibly do it the 7th of the 8th.
I think a jury, a verdict today,
will be coming on July 2nd or the 3rd.
I think it's going to go to the jury about the 30th or the 1st.
They're going to deliberate for a day or two.
I can't see them.
By the way, I think it helps Diddy
if they go longer than a day or two.
If it goes longer a day to two,
And they're deliberating for four, five, six days.
If that is the case, I think it helps ditty.
It might be a hung jury.
It's definitely going to be a split verdict.
But it helps ditty because there's a lot of arguments happening up in that jury box,
that deliberation room.
So I think if we get a verdict after July 4th,
granted they rest on the 27th.
I think it's in Diddy's favor.
If we get a quick verdict,
Did he might as well roll up his bed, pack it up,
he's going to be in federal prison for a long, long time.
If we get a same-day verdict,
Diddy's cooked, I think.
That's my amateur thought.
I think he's cooked.
Quick verdict, cooked.
The prosecutor in this case has thrown out too much for the jury to analyze.
They're probably going to have to have to ask.
to judge a few times for added definitions for the charges that they are going to be voting on or deciding on.
They're going to probably say, hey, we need to see that exhibit again.
Hey, that was passed around as a binder.
We didn't see it.
We need to reflect on it to continue it in our debates and discussion.
Let's see that again.
These are the things that are going to lengthy the process of the jury deliberation.
if they come to a verdict immediately,
it's more than likely they're going to say Diddy is guilty as charged.
So we're looking at July 4th.
We're looking at July 4th as the date that we will see is going to be right before or right after.
We'll see the fate of P. Diddy, aka Sean Combs, aka Brother Love.
I think Tenney is doing a good job.
By the way, the judge says Mr. McNifalo.
So the judge is asking, okay, they're saying they're going to be done with their case by the next week, Friday.
How long is it going to take to make your case?
Mark says, we'll know more when they tell us which witnesses they're cutting.
I think they're still on the schedule.
AUSA says
We want 26.2 material
As soon as we rest
26.2 material
We could Google it here.
Court.
So you got to produce
any after witness
other than the defendant
has testified on direct
the
okay
the court on motion of a party
didn't call a witness
must order an attorney
or the defendant
to produce for example.
of the moving party any statement that is in their possession that relates to the subject
matters. So basically, whether they're going to call one of the prosecution witnesses as their
witness or they're going to call their own witnesses as their witness, they got to give
all the statements that person gave to them. And that's called 26.2 material. Okay, we learned
something every day, chap. AUSA says, we think they've opened the door to Jane's prior consent,
consistent.
We think they've opened the door to James prior consistent statements.
Her notes before 2024, November,
when she got immunity for a grand jury testimony.
Driscoll says, they are not prior consistent.
Oh, no, that's AUSA that said that.
We think they've opened the door to James prior consistent statements,
her notes before November 24, when she got immunity for a grand jury testimony.
Driscoll says they're not prior consistent statements.
Interesting.
Oh, Lauren, Lauren Conlin, Fingolaugh-Lauv.
Okay.
Okay, Lauren Conlin.
Give me one second.
Now, this is what we kind of missed yesterday to.
Today began the problem overhead, right?
Financial control.
I'm controlling you.
You have to do what I want.
there was a back and forth today about whether in fact he was actually threatening to withhold rent, right?
And if he was, that could help the prosecution's case to say, oh, he's using that to get what he wants.
Was that clear clarified today?
So, yeah, at first, you know, the defense was really kind of talking about the positives of their relationship with Diddy
and that Diddy gave Jane confidence that he showed her a different perspective and introduced her to gospel.
And they would put gospel sermons on television.
and they would send gospel sermons to one another.
And that I felt like the defense was kind of trying to point out just that Diddy's kind
of more gospel side as opposed to the other stuff that we're listening to in court.
And then they kind of got into the businesses that Jane had for herself,
where Jane was explaining that she has a swimwear line.
She has a dress line.
She has other businesses.
But that Diddy also invested in her businesses, $20,000 he put into her dress line
on top of the other funds that he was paying for her.
including her rent later on, including just other aspects.
And on top of that gifts that she was getting.
And so Jane was explaining that she has kind of this minimal style dress line.
And Tinny Garagos was like, so you went from content creation to apparel.
And Jane was like, well, the apparel needed a lot out of me.
And I was doing a lot with Sean Combs around this time.
Tinny Garagos is like, well, how much did you make from your influencer creation?
And Jane was like, well, if I booked two brands, that would be $50,000, which an influencer terms,
maybe it's not a lot of money. To me, it's an extremely amount of money just to kind of post
content for two different brands. And whether that be photos or videos or that type of stuff,
it seemed like the defense was kind of like, okay, well, you can make $50,000 in this
particular instance. And according to your testimony where you're saying, Diddy's paying,
you know, and I'm just kind of paraphrasing here, the defense didn't really get into it.
But I'm thinking in terms of if she's getting $10,000 for her rent alone, this $50,000 from
a brand deal would pretty much pay five months of rent. And so then Tenney Garrar,
goes is like, well, you're also getting child support, right? And Jane was like, yeah,
$5,700. And it seemed like, yeah, this defense was definitely pointing out. She's making other
income as far as brand deals, as far as child support goes, that she really didn't need the financial
payments that she was getting from Sean Combs. And then they kind of got into her only fans page,
where Jane was saying that, um, Diddy didn't want her to be a part of something that was frowned upon
because of the stigma that comes with only fans. And Jane was saying that she joined the website because
she needed the money. She needed it financially. During her direct testimony, she was explaining
that she maxed out a few credit cards because she went into so much debt. And I think the defense
was kind of like, okay, but you're making all of this money. Are you spending it frivolously? Are you
living within your means? And then Jane, you know, after saying that she joined the website because
she needed the money. Again, there's this constant back and forth bickering. Is this woman in final,
in financial despair? Or is, you know,
She's just sucking cock to live a luxurious lifestyle.
Money financially, the defense kind of pointed out that Diddy was proud that she joined OnlyFans and that she was proud that she was making her own money because OnlyFans was a pretty lucrative business.
And still to some influencers or creators on that app still is a lucrative business.
And so Tenegarigos is like, well, you didn't need his permission or approval.
And Jane was explaining that she wanted his approval.
And I think that kind of makes the difference a little bit sometimes, too, Jesse, between the difference of Cassie.
testimony versus Jane's testimony where Jane kind of while she's on the stand,
seems like she really just wanted Diddy's approval over just every aspect of her life.
Whereas under Cassie's testimony, it seemed like the approval that she had to get kind of put
her kind of in a stranglehold in a sense where she felt like she had to get a, or she felt like
Combs wouldn't do anything without the approval, whereas Jane was like, well, I need his approval
to do these things. And the defense was kind of like, well, did you need the approval?
But I think the defense kind of did a good job here, really kind of being like, okay, there's a lot of money just kind of floating around from all these other deals and lines in the peril that you have.
But you needed this money from Combs because.
Yeah, it's all about control.
It's all about control.
The more that the prosecution can establish that he was controlling their financial livelihood, their appearance, whether or not they were seeing other people, that goes to the idea of, you know, fraud.
or coercion, maybe even force for sex trafficking.
And it's kind of a gray area now.
And speaking of that, because the defense has been very keen to characterize these relationships,
not as one of a sex trafficker and victim, but these are toxic relationships built on love
and jealousy and anger.
And you put aside the idea of freakoffs and hotel nights, which everybody might not be
familiar with or engage in anything like that, that these are common elements.
and maybe even violent elements that are unfortunate,
but common elements we see in relationships.
And the jealousy aspect of it came up a lot, right?
The jealousy that she might have been upset or reluctant
to engage in these hotel nights,
not because she was a victim of sex trafficking,
but wasn't it that, you know,
I don't want to be a part of this
if you're seeing somebody else on the side
or I'm not being treated like other girls,
on this other girls right i mean didn't that come out jealousy was a big factor in the cross-examination
yeah it took up a pretty good chunk of the cross-exam this morning and so um while jane was
testifying under direct she did testify that did he kind of explained that the two had an open
relationship and that she was fine initially with him seeing other women but then um jane while
under cross-examination was saying that did he described himself as polyamorous and that
she said at first it was something that i didn't mind but then as feelings
grew pretty deeper that she said it was hard for me, the imbalance of just the treatment.
And so Jane was saying that she didn't say the nicest things about the other women that
Diddy was seeing that she had called them hoes and just other just not so nice things and that
she admitted she was jealous.
They brought up one particular relationship and that was with Carisha, aka Young Miami,
where Jane was explaining that young Miami bothered her because Diddy was so public with her.
and we even think back to around that time frame, which it was pretty true.
I thought that, honestly, young Miami and Diddy were in a monogamous relationship together.
They were always together.
He had come onto her podcast, and then he took her to the Met Gala,
and the two seemed like they were in a really loving relationship.
But according to Jane, she was kind of in the shadows around this time period.
And so she was saying that Diddy was so public with Young Miami,
and it made it seem like the two, those being Young Miami and Diddy were monogamous together.
And she said,
didn't sign up to be in a relationship with someone who was public with someone else.
And so she said that Diddy gave Carisha a Maybach, which is a very, very, very, very expensive car.
And Jane said that she wanted something nice as well.
And then the defense was kind of, you ain't given Mayback head.
I'm like, okay, well, you were jealous of Diddy and his other women, but Diddy was kind of jealous of you too.
And the defense brought up fair. And that's the man who Jane had met previously.
but after she and Diddy had like an off period,
Bear sent Jane $9,000,
and that Diddy was pretty upset about it and was jealous about it.
And so it seemed like, you know,
just like Cassie's testimony,
there was jealousy aspects in their relationship.
They brought up Gina also and Jane's testimony too.
And so it seemed like there was kind of like a little trickle effect
of just, you know, the bottom line being that Diddy was seeing other women.
Maybe when he was with Cassie wasn't telling her that he was seeing other women.
but he told Jane specifically he was seeing other women.
And so it seemed like that was kind of a big point as far as Jane was concerned,
as far as why was she having to go out and book the entertainers and do these hotel nights
when he's over doing other things and social media with another woman that he was seeing.
And on top of just young Miami, there were other women that were listed too that did he was seeing all around the same time.
Prosecution could say, oh, you know, this is an example of his manipulation.
He was leading these women on to get what he wanted.
The defense could say he's a cheater, right?
Doesn't make him a sex trafficker.
They also focused on Combs' drug use.
And I couldn't tell if the defense was trying to excuse some of his behavior or offer.
I wouldn't even say a defense, but they did put an emphasis on what he was going through, right?
Or seemingly going through.
And that came up, by the way, during the whole 2016 Cassie purported beating, right?
You know, he was messed up.
He was on drugs.
In his apology video, he said that.
Didn't they talk about his drug use today, too, under Cross?
Yeah, and the drug use kind of was brought up at various different points during Jane's cross-examination today.
But it did start this morning where Jane was saying that she knew that Diddy was consuming drugs,
but didn't really, I guess, recognize or realize the quantity and the amount of drugs that he,
he was consuming when the two initially got together.
And Jane was saying, you know, I could tell that he wasn't taking care of himself.
I thought he had jaundice and his eyes.
His gums were gray.
His hands were shaky.
And that Jane was the one who suggested that did he go to rehab?
And then Tennie was like, okay, you felt at the beginning that he was a drug addict.
And Jane said, well, I felt like he was overdoing the partying.
And Jane says now in 2025, she does believe that Diddy is a drug addict.
And then later on, they're kind of talking about that.
that she found out later on that he was taking antidepressants, specifically Prozac and other
medications, and that Diddy at one point mentioned to Jane about doing kind of a ketamine
therapy treatment. And so then they kind of touched more into the drugs where Jane says that
she admits if there were drugs that she didn't like, she didn't particularly take them.
And those specific drugs that she didn't really like were ketamine and cocaine. But she did
like ecstasy and she was totally fine taking MDMA or Molly and she was fine to take the
ecstasy because she says that she kind of wanted to do it in order to be more sexually kind of flirtatious
with the other men during these hotel nights and she said it got me out of my wine I could focus
on the sexual moment and so I think as far as the drugs is concerned it seemed like there are one
points where they're kind of like okay well did did he use these drugs to be creative he was in a better
mood when he was on those drugs, specifically when he would take ecstasy and he would do this while he
was also making music, that it wasn't specifically only to hotel nights. But then there were other
parts of the testimony where it seemed like they were kind of using the drugs to be like, okay,
well, you see that. Did he has a problem too, right? And so it kind of went both ways as far as I think
where the defense was going. And so depending on which juror it is or depending on the group altogether,
I feel like it could go either way on just what their thoughts are on as far as drug addiction,
drug treatment, and whether or not these were taken recreationally or versus he had a problem.
And so it really kind of was a little both that we were hearing about today.
Well, they want to avoid the prosecution's narrative, which the prosecution's narrative is he deliberately
drugged women in order to take advantage of them and make them more compliant for freakoffs or hotel nights.
So the more they can get away from that narrative that drugs were used nefariously for that purpose,
I think that's what they're trying to do.
Let's go to the racketeering.
So the more you can talk about assistance or staff or bodyguards that helped facilitate these,
if the jury accepts it, sex trafficking crime scenes, hotel nights, freakoffs,
the more you can show this his inner circle was committing crimes or covering them up.
That's how you get to racketeering.
That's how you get to a criminal enterprise.
That's how you get to a criminal association.
My understanding is Jane was asked a lot about.
Holmes' assistants and what they knew about what was going on. And more specifically, she was asked
about a very familiar name, somebody who I believe is going to have to take the stand. She's come up,
I think, in every single person's testimony, Sean Combs purported former chief of staff, Christina
Corum. So what did Jane have to say today? What was she questioned about regarding Sean Combs'
assistants, their knowledge about what was going on, and Christina Corum?
I thought one thing that was interesting that was revealed during Jane's testimony is that Diddy didn't want these entertainers or these escorts, these other men that they were using during these debauchery nights while King Knights, Hotel nights over to his home. Why? Because there was a lot of staffers over there. He had a house manager. He had other assistants kind of running around. And so despite kind of what the government is alleging where these assistants really helped set up these hotel rooms and these hotel nights specifically that in some aspects,
that some of them may not have known that this...
That's a good point.
It's like, well, y'all are trying to prove Rico
that he was using all his staff and blah, blah, blah, blah.
But remember, RICO is a conspiracy charge, right?
Conspiracy requires you to have tacit knowledge
of the crime being committed
and some type of indication of your complicit
partaking in that crime.
if Diddy was going out of his way saying,
I'll go get you an apartment that we could do it there,
that they don't got to know about this shit.
Kind of shows that it's not Rico.
It looks like a dude who was trying to selectively use his resources
to get what he wants,
but not necessarily a racketeering organization
that was conducting criminal acts.
This was even going on. I think that's where the cross-examination was really kind of pointing to.
But Christina Coram or Coram was brought up kind of a couple of times.
And to your point, Jesse, I feel like there hasn't been a day where she's not brought up in some aspect.
So I do kind of hope she testifies.
It would be kind of weird.
I feel like if she didn't testify at this point.
But the jurors were able to see some text exhibits.
Unfortunately, I was just kind of hearing it as they were going and talking about this.
But they saw its specific text exhibit between Jane and Christina.
Christina Corum where this is from April 9th of 2021.
So kind of earlyish in their relationship, that being between Jane and Diddy.
And Jane told Christina, hey, we got papped and papped means paparazzi.
And she texted Christina that I'm shaking because Jane didn't want everyone to know about their relationship at this point.
She was worried that these photos would get out into the blogs and there might be other questions that come up after this.
And so she's saying she didn't want her relationship to be public.
and that people for people to know that they were in a relationship.
And Christina responded, well, I showed him those particular paparazzi photos.
There are other people in this picture.
So don't worry about it.
And so Jane said that she was worried about her child's father finding out.
But she was also worried about her friend finding out.
And that was the friend that kind of introduced them really together as far as when she had first started seeing Diddy, that she was actually over at his place with the friend that was actually seeing him.
And she didn't want this friend to know that Diddy and her were in a relationship.
And so then there were other times where Christina Corum was brought up. And so that was when we,
we heard about these text exhibits, specifically between Jane and Christina Corum from December 2nd of 2021. And I think this is where the park gets a little dicey as far as possibly count one goes, where they're discussing flight options and how Jane was flying a package with or had a package with her. And that was, you know, drugs that she had packed into her checked baggage.
to give to Diddy because Diddy was asking her to do it and how Christina Corum was like, okay, I've done this before.
But I think the defense was kind of like, well, why did you ask KayK if this was right or wrong?
Because flying with a lot of drugs, obviously we know is a federal crime.
And so Jane is like, well, because Sean told me to pick this up.
Sean told me to pick up this package for him.
And Jane was saying that she wasn't particularly even close to Christina, that Christina didn't really like her.
And the defense points out, okay, well, why would Christina hide drugs in her luggage if she was always one to be flying on Diddy's private plane?
Because, again, Diddy's a very rich man.
He flies private.
So why would she have to check packages of drugs into a check bag when she's going on a private jet in the first place?
And so then Jane is explaining that Christina Corum had very strong opinions about her.
And she felt like that was part of the reason why Diddy kind of felt some ways about Jane during specific aspects of their relationship.
But in terms of just the other staffers, to the point I was making earlier, Jane was saying that the staff didn't see Diddy, particularly with these entertainers or these escorts, and that they ended up just kind of showing up with the money.
And I think that also kind of may go into the government's view of the case as far as count one, where the assistance would kind of bring money.
But according to Jane, it felt like, okay, maybe the assistants didn't know why they were bringing large amounts of money, or maybe they could read between the lines.
but that Jane was also explaining that Christina Cora might not have known about the escorts too,
which I kind of find that hard to believe just a little bit.
But according to Jane, it seemed like the staff may not have been 100% in the know of what was really going on at these hotel nights.
But it seemed like from the staff, maybe they did know a little bit about it.
All right, you know, we can't get too ditty.
By the way, chat, you know, I just got off a plane rush right here.
They're with my dogs and I'm on anyway.
I got to give me a little grace today.
Got to give me a little grace.
Hey, let me, I didn't want to, you know,
we also got to get some other topics in there because that's just how it goes.
I did see after I did my whole Rock Nation spiel, the Joe Bunn podcast reacted to it.
And I'll tell you what they said and I react to what they said.
If you don't know, I literally said, as about Rock Nation,
I'm tired of people telling me I should talk about it.
I feel like I'm talking about it,
but I feel like people are almost telling me
to go sacrifice myself.
I personally believe that the majority of media,
they're either friends with these motherfuckers
or they're scared of them,
and they won't talk about them.
So please, like, don't have me be the sacrificial lamb.
Apply the pressure to everybody else.
Okay?
Now, I told you, the reason why I'm like this enigma in media,
like with all due respect
like let's just
I just seen Wano shout to Waino
Wano was on
everyday struggle with me
for like a couple of years
Waino used to work
for was an intern for Rockefeller
feel me
Joe was basically damn near
like with all this
deaf jam shit
his his allegiance to Hove
is very different
Charlemagne
he got fired by Jay Z
Jay Z don't put
belt to ass on everybody
that we could talk about
it's not
and Elliot Wilson like
shit he might
might be, he might as well be like, come on, we know, right?
You can't name a media, nigger, besides me, that don't, like, Jay-Z's never, I've never
talked to him, I don't want to talk to him, I don't care to talk to him, but also I do know
his power.
I don't want to go at him.
So, like, when y'all be talking to rock nation shit, I'm like, just apply the pressure
on everybody else, too, because I feel like I'd be the only one, and y'all try to
get me to sacrifice myself.
I'm not, I ain't never been no martyr.
Niggies don't like me anyway, so why would I die for y'all?
You know what I mean?
So it just is what it is.
Could I?
I don't know how long this is.
Pause.
Let's see.
I just want to react to what they were saying.
Rock Nation.
Oh, here we go.
That's it?
Nobody else?
All right.
So they put it here.
There's your button podcast they're reacting.
Let me see.
Let's get their reaction to shit.
Is it this?
No.
Here we go.
I'm going to react to this.
afraid to speak on Rock Nation
and the things that's talked about
that's going surrounding it
what is your outlook on that
as far as speaking on things
do you reserve you
they said that
academic said that
what is nobody
what is a lot of people
it's not just a lot of people
so I want to know
because you're my man
so I'm going to say the type of time you want
so meaning that I don't speak on shit
if I have a relationship
me I can identify
if I have a relationship with somebody
I'm not speaking on it because I don't want
regardless of how egregious it may come off,
I'm not what speaking because I respect my relationships.
So like if there was like a festival where things didn't go perfectly,
you wouldn't like bomb shit on it.
I'm gonna fuck you up.
I wanna know when people say that towards you.
That's good for you though.
As you being the guy.
You try to distract me.
As you be- I'm not, let me try to, let me try to,
I don't, I saw Axe say that.
I didn't see nobody else.
There's a lot.
People follow, like, responded to that by saying, yeah,
they up here.
Gaslight and Joe, I only responded because
niggies on Twitter was, it was
a loudest thing on Twitter that
I felt that I wanted to wait
for y'all. And, you know,
we might be doing separate things, but
we all are in this bubble of
hip-hop media. So there's some
things I don't cover that I know y'all going
cover. And sometimes y'all do a better
job at covering certain stuff and I do a better
job covering certain stuff. We're all in the same
bubble. So when this came up,
I wanted to fall back. I wanted to see
how y'all going to treat it.
because this was a very loud thing on the,
the Twitters,
the Instagrams,
and,
yeah,
I was,
maybe Joe,
you know,
the Joe I know is tapped in,
but if he says he ain't tapped in no more,
okay.
There was,
there was specific topics that they feel like we have waited.
Yes.
Yeah,
yes.
And I just want to hear from you how you look at that,
Joe.
It's a good question.
You know,
maybe I'd be far removed from shit.
I'd be,
my brain be so different from what the internet is saying.
We don't know.
In my brain,
shut up.
I was about time.
I'm not talking to your cheerleader, motherfucker.
Oh, okay.
What I'm saying is the Desiree's story broke while we were still recording to me.
Yes.
That's that story, but there has been.
What is the other Rock Nation story?
Okay.
Hey, listen.
Y'all need like a fact check guy.
You need like a nerdy guy on the Joe Bunn podcast.
I'm not trying to tell you out of your podcast,
but y'all should have a.
a nerdy guy who is very up on everything,
an academics type of guy,
a guy who is on everything posted.
Because I can't tell if you're a gaslighting or yeah,
I really don't know.
So for, and I know, I know ICE,
ice is a guy he consumes a lot on the internet.
Ice, I know you're going to watch this clip.
Let me give you the bullet points of the Rock Nation saga.
Rock Nation has been accused
multiple times over the years
more than any other label in current times
of torturous interference,
bullying, using legal tactics
to silence people who criticize them,
who criticize artists that are in their interests
and I'll give you some examples right now.
This is all you have to tell Joe.
One, Uzi went through a whole rebellion against his label because Rock Nation, allegedly, was trying to sign him and get him to leave Generation Now.
Don't believe me, go listen to motherfucking DJ Drama, Lake Cheesy, Don Cannon.
The whole beef there, they got inside his ear.
They started saying shit.
Meg the Stallion, 15-0-1.
they wanted Meg the Stallion.
Meg the Stallion was signed to 300
through a joint venture with 15-01.
She was signed to 15-0-1.
They tried to get her out of that situation
by saying she dropped projects
that they claimed that they didn't approve
that didn't fulfill the thing,
the contract, and they wanted to sign her.
They were managing her.
Bobby Shmurda, Bobby Shmurda's career,
ultimately, I'm telling you things,
and I hate, you know,
I love Joe, but Joe is so good at, like, being green and then being all the way in tune.
What I'm saying, it would take two seconds for him to find out the thing.
Rock Nation is behind Bobby Smurter not being a thing anymore.
I'm telling you this.
This is the third thing I'm telling you.
Bobby Schmurter was getting out of jail.
By the way, Epic fucked up.
They didn't support him at first.
When Bobby was getting out of jail, Rock Nation started approaching Epic Records saying,
we are going to be signing Bobby.
They wanted Bobby Schmurter.
Epic said no, we still have a contract with him.
They started managing Bobby.
Do you notice a pattern?
They start managing an artist, Uzi, Meg the Stallion, Bobby.
They don't own the person's label rights, but they try to finagle it.
That's called torturous interference.
You know these people are in contracts, but you're trying to rip them
out of the contract.
What does the other people do?
Oftentimes they sink their career.
Why?
I'm not going to put all my marketing dollars
and blow you up that you walk over to Rock Nation.
This is why Meg the Stalian shit got slow for a slight minute
other than the Tory stuff.
This is why Bobby shit got deaded.
And this is why Uzi, it helped him because it built hype.
But he went through that phase where he was cussing out DJ drama in them.
I've told you three of three.
artists now. Three artists,
Rock Nation. Okay?
Now we could get into the Torrey Lane's thing.
Tori Lanes was accused of shooting
Megastalian. Megastallion was a
victim in the case. She testified.
It was noted by several people, including
Megan Cuniff, that Rock Nation's CEO
Desiree Perez was sitting there
with the prosecutors.
Do you hear what I'm saying?
The Rock Nation CEO is sitting with the prosecutors
when Meg ain't even there.
Conferring.
Tori gets 10 years in jail.
Anybody who speaks up
questioning the verdict, questioning the sentence,
Rock Nation's lawyers,
Alex Spiro and the rest, attack them.
I'm bringing up a first.
fifth situation.
Milagro
is being sued
for quote defamation
and whatever because she has a POV
about what she felt
happened at night. It doesn't
go with the Rock Nation plan for Magda
Stalian. They know is Big Bang
Take Little Banker?
I don't think
Milagro has a lawyer at this point.
Rock Nation has millions.
It's called Bullion, Strong Arm.
I'm just saying,
saying when y'all act like rock nation ain't nothing it's like are you uh is everybody eyes open
they're single-handedly bullying independent media artists and independent label companies
but i'm not done i'm at five or six let's keep going her own her own daughter admits
in this new civil suit of how she uses her power influence manipulation to even make her
get Baker acted, which she now contends was illegal.
We're at 6 or 7. Her own daughter is on this list.
But that's not it. By the way, Rock Nation is listed as a defendant in that lawsuit.
That's not it.
There is people who were trying to report on this.
Independent bloggers, YouTubers, 100,000 subscriber YouTube channels.
These people got their...
channels and videos taken down in a way that is not consistent with the law.
Copyright infringement because it used a photo of Desiree Perez.
That's not legal.
If someone runs an article about me or does a video about me and uses a picture of my face
and I don't want the video out and I use copyright infringement with my heavy law team
to take it down to intimidate them saying, hey,
I could get your livelihood taken away.
That's not above board.
That's called censorship.
They've been accused of hacking people.
It's like to sit here and act like what,
what's the Rock Nation thing is like retarded?
There's a million things to talk about about Rock Nation.
But I have learned to digress.
Now, I'll let you guys keep going
Because it seems like you need a couple examples
I'm going to leave it to you because I know you watch everything
But right down and jot down the points I just said
I gave about seven or eight
I got about seven or eight more
I got seven or eight more
Just scummy plays, scummy moves
That culturally that we would associate with a white organization
That didn't give a fuck about
What Jay-Z claims he cares about
which is culture, art, expression, freedom, and ownership,
doesn't care about that.
But we can't have these conversations because Rock Nation is bullying people.
So this is where it becomes incumbent.
They haven't sued me.
I do think if they were going to sue me,
they know it's going to be a knock him down,
dragon mouth style fight.
I seen when they sued Milagro.
I think they said if we're going to get a lot of,
Get that act.
We know how he going to play it.
It's going to be nasty.
He don't seem that, you know, dug in.
You know, Milagra's a little bit extra dug in.
I get that.
But they ain't sued.
If we don't speak up, those smaller creators get done exactly like how all the companies that do the other creators that we consider those companies white and they're doing X, Y, and Z to us, we get it done to us by Rock Nation.
that's my only point
I'll keep it off
that people have run from up here
quickly because we want to advance this
there's been talks of
the Tory
and the shit that
deserre herself
that can't possibly apply to this podcast
no because he told her
that's what I'm saying that's what I'm saying
that cannot possibly apply
to this broadcast
but I think you speak of it
of a I don't but I think what they say is that
you don't identify that
Rock Nation
may be playing a role in why Torrey Lane's in jail.
That's the angle that they're taking.
You never...
Sir, it's not only about Tory Lanes,
and Tori would be probably the least.
Tori would probably be the least of the examples.
There's much more examples.
If you want...
Again, I named a bunch because it seemed like people
were thinking that Rock Nation,
you know, they move pretty covertly.
Never say that.
You just say your free, Tory.
I said this, but you never say,
I can see rock nation playing a part.
You never,
well, why not I don't have to prove of that?
True.
And it's bonkers.
This is my take.
I'm speaking for myself.
Got it.
I'm won't.
With all due respect, Mr. Mark Lamont Hill,
your,
your cachet and repertoire
and reach within rap music
is not similar to the reach
that you have in maybe politics
and of the sort.
I would talk circles around,
you if we had to talk about actual rap business, music business.
You see, one thing, and I know the JDP podcast recently, like I see their audience,
they're sopping this guy up.
They love him.
You know why he could actually make a coherent argument at times.
He doesn't know rap music business.
Joe does.
Joe knows what happens in the buildings.
So when he says, I don't believe it, nobody cares what you think.
you're not talking to people in them buildings.
Don't go that far.
I don't think it's bonkers,
but I don't have any proof of it.
One, and two, that's Hoves' company.
I do have a certain respect for him.
Thank you.
And let me tell you.
I let Joe off the hook when he says this.
We're all entitled.
This is all our own platforms.
We built on our own backs.
And I understand, and I hope you guys understand this.
when someone has a relationship with someone,
I think they do reserve the right to say,
I ain't talking about that shit.
I wholeheartedly believe it.
Even if you're on bias.
It's my man's.
I'm not talking about that.
I'm going to wait till all the facts is presented.
I think that's not a bad thing.
As long as you put it out there as that.
Now, if you gaslight us and say,
no, there's nothing going on.
You're just as bad as.
everybody else. Now, if you say,
now I heard some shit,
but I can't comment on nothing right now.
That's my man's. I'm going to have to look into this more.
I'm cool with that.
To ignore the problem,
that's gaslight. To say that's my man's,
I ain't going to talk about it. Because I've said
when, as Joe, they've sent shit across my desk
about him. That's my man's.
Y'all ain't going to get me to run this shit. You crazy.
I sent it right to him. That's my man.
That's my man.
I don't care what you niggins say.
I understand that.
And I would get on here and say that.
So I have no problem with Joe saying,
nah, ho's my man.
I'm good.
It's the gaslighting like nothing exists
and that you're not covering it
because of the privilege that he has,
that that's your man's.
That's my thing.
I don't know.
I don't have a relationship with Desiree.
I've never met Desiree.
I don't.
I don't have any
I don't have any equity there
So she's in the news now
In the story that I'm sure we'll get to at some point
But that story just broke
But why?
And even that I do have a certain type of
Pardon mark
A certain type of sensitivity to speaking about any story
With anybody's children
I agree
What's I was going to say?
Why would you report that story?
That's Cap, I don't care about what's going on
With her and her child
She sued Rock Nation
Her child sued Rock Nation.
Listen, Desiree Perez, we know she's a CEO of Rock Nation,
but she also sued Rock Nation.
So what we're talking about?
But as, you know, Joe already hit the secret out button,
which is that's my man's.
So for me, I'll digress.
I just want people to know when people are asking,
act why you're the only nigga talking about it.
Jay, not my man's.
So I'll cover it and I'll do my best to keep it fair.
That's Joe's mans.
Show him and got fired by it.
These people have agendas.
Not necessarily saying this to their detriment because at times,
I've gotten things about my man's that I'm not going to speak about either.
But as long as the audience knows, because I be seen,
I'm in these streets watching not only what people say,
But what's coming out?
It's like, why y'all not talking about this?
What you mean why we're not talking about this?
I'm down to talk about it.
I'm just saying nobody else saying down to talk about it.
So again, I'm back to my original point.
I stopped bringing up Rotten Nations power control,
their intimidation, their heavy hand that they influence it with
if I'm the only one that could talk about it.
Because, again, I think y'all has set me up to the point where I'm going to
catch a lawsuit by these motherfuckers or they're going to just figure out a way to completely
eradicate me.
I don't think I could get eradicated by a rapper.
It's the reason why I do whatever I do.
Oh, you got a concert?
I don't give a fuck if you hate me.
I mean, I'm there.
I can't eradicate me.
Who could eradicate me is the conglomerate worth billions of dollars with the best lawyers
in the world.
And when they say, we're going to get this fucker out of here and we have a billion
dollar budget, not saying they would use it all of me, I think that is something that I don't want to
be playing toyfully around.
So from now on, if the culture has decided that Rock Nation topics, no matter how heinous, no matter how
vile, no matter how manipulative, no matter how deceptive, it seems, they don't want to
address it, well, I wipe my hands clean.
I told you I'm not Jesus.
I'm not here to pick up for no victims.
I could tell you right now, me and Rot Nation,
we're probably in a stalemate.
They have never filed a civil suit against me.
They have never taken legal action,
even though I don't know if they try to do some weird shit,
they did some stuff against,
I got to talk to Grand Academics TV.
Hey, don't play with academics TV now.
Let's keep, we got no action against each other.
I'm telling you, I'm retreating.
I'm retreating.
I got nothing to say bad about y'all.
Keep finessing these niggas.
Keep abusing these niggas.
Keep doing whatever y'all do.
I'm no spokesperson.
And Rock Nation, my final message to you and JZ.
Fuck these niggas, okay?
They don't want to speak up.
I don't give a fuck either.
Just leave me alone, all right?
That's my thought.
I'm sorry, Chad.
I know y'all, y'all think I'm like Batman.
Oh, Batman's coming.
No way, nigger.
Uh-uh.
Uh-uh.
Hell now.
Okay.
Let's get back to Diddy Trial for a little bit.
Just pop some top.
in here. I'm a little, well, you don't get jet lag. The flight was only like an hour and 30 minutes.
There's no way I got jet lag, but I didn't get too much sleep. So, you know, I'm doing as best as I can,
but, you know, we covered pretty much everything up to date. Give me any little different topic that I could,
you know, knock out today, please. We can't all get into their head, right? Well, for a racketeering
conspiracy, right, a criminal agreement, they better all be on the same page and know. We can't all be on the same page
and know what's going on. And they all have to work towards a common purpose using common
methods and means. Otherwise, it's a very disjointed situation. And the more that the defense can
show a lack of knowledge, the more they say this is not a racketeering conspiracy, which is, by the way,
I think why Christina Corum has to testify to be that connective tissue. Because if she's going to be
a government witness, I'm sure she'll be the person or who they hope to be the person will say.
Everybody knew what the game plan was. Everybody was on the same page. Everybody knew what we were all
doing here. It's common knowledge. They need more of what David Jameson testified to that,
you know, when he joined, everybody said, oh, it was Sean Combs' kingdom. We're all here to serve
it. They need more of that in order to get racketeering. By the way, though, focusing on the idea
that Jane was not a victim, but a willing participant, that she set up these events, that she
is a new Drake leak. Agreed to do all these things as a way to please Combs or see Combs.
Chat, I'm going to get a Drake update.
It's just that I just went to the Kendrick concert.
And I feel like the Kendrick dudes were so heated that I'm going to keep it up being with you.
I heard people telling me, like a few people who didn't know, they said, yo, don't you think Drake's going to be mad that you went to Kendrick's concert?
And I looked at and I said, I'm going to be honest with you, he better not be mad.
That's what I said.
but after going to the Kendra concert and speaking with a few of their partners that seemed like they were, I'll call it passionate.
I think, I don't think it's one side.
I think both of them feel away, so I'm going to give Drake three days.
I'm going to give him three days and I'll ask about Iceman then.
All right.
Now, I don't know.
Maybe he doesn't give a fuck.
Maybe he doesn't give a fuck.
I'm not saying he does.
But after seeing Dave freeing him, I said,
You know what?
Everybody's taking this shit mad serious but me.
Because I'll pop the fuck up.
And they were looking at me like,
why would you come here, nigga?
Are you coming here to try us?
It's all good.
Big act is in the building.
So I'm going to ask Drake.
Y'all think he heard about it that I went to the show?
Not that I give a fuck if he heard about it.
but before I try to solicit some information about Iceman, I'm going to wait.
I've heard Mealy Mall say that there's a bomb that's expected.
There's a bomb on Iceman.
Iceman bomb.
That's what Mealy Mall is saying.
And while I don't like that fuck, nigger, I will admit, he does have a line.
to Drake.
He does speak to Drake.
He does speak to Drake as well.
So I hate to use his fucking as a source,
but I will.
I will.
So he claims there's a bomb.
You know me?
I'm gonna figure out what's top of bomb.
When I talk to Drake,
I got to figure out if it's an atomic bomb.
I'm gonna figure out if it's one of them bombs.
You just,
it's just like them,
you just come.
kind of cover the whole landscape with.
I'm going to figure out what type of bomb.
Is it a scud missile?
We're going to figure out what type of bomb it is.
But because I just came off the Kendrick concert
and I seen emotions are at an all-time high,
I'm going to just chill out, okay?
And then ask Drake about this three days from now.
Okay, so I'm going to get an update from you out three days from now.
Remind me, three days from now.
Because if Drake tell me
Yo, bro, I thought you was fucking with me
Why are you at the doc concert?
I'm gonna go to, I don't know I'm gonna say to him
The same thing I said to Dave Free
And, and I'm Anthony Saleh.
Yo, Drake, you know them niggins is having concerts
in Toronto, go slide.
Stop telling me.
Don't tell me, no man.
I don't want to hear it.
I don't want to hear.
This is the time I'm on some big Drake or shit.
Y'all niggas meet up and die.
Y'all niggas meet up and die.
Meet up and die.
I don't want to hear.
The motion's got to be done.
Niggas talk about me every day.
I live with it.
I don't give a fuck.
I don't give a fuck.
Whatever.
They say the worst about me.
They say the worst about me.
I don't care.
If anybody still got emotions like that over this battle, meet up and die.
That's my recommendation, print it.
Meet up and die.
Shout to the soldier.
Meet up and die.
It's been a year.
Okay?
But I was waiting for baby Kim to come out last night.
I wanted him on...
Do I have for it?
What's the name that song?
The family ties.
I want to see that.
Chat, we got to keep it a beam.
Meet up in time.
Also, don't know exactly where your op is and then try to find another guy.
No, no, no, no.
If you got the location to your op, please don't try to find somebody else.
That's my thing.
Don't try to find somebody else.
You know where you're up.
is that if you're not sliding we just performing we just chill if you know where your op is don't try to
catch your op brand you know where your op is that chat I'm just telling y'all I could only be
honest Cardi B got dropped by Atlantic we heard that from I'll call it right now carty I'm drunk
now see now I got the best stream Cardi B got dropped from Atlantic
I call her ass right now.
Imagine I called it.
But yeah, they're taking back my badge.
I can't go back up in it.
And I'm playing.
They would never do that.
They got so much money invested in Cardi B.
They won't do that.
I don't even know where you got that info from.
Cardi B.
They don't spend so much money on Cardi B.
What?
Oh.
Oh, I'll address this.
I'll address this.
Oh, I'll address this.
This is what she said?
Hold on.
Twitter.com, I am Cardi B.
Yo, this is why I got tuned to me.
I can break it all down for you.
She said she's going to go live.
She deleted it.
You should delete it?
Why should delete it, though?
You showed...
Nah, she ain't say that.
Are those real tweets before I say what I got to say?
Chat, is those real tweets
before I say what I had to say?
Is those real tweets before I say what I got to say?
Y'all know me.
They say the devil works hard, but Big Act works hella harder.
I got all the info for y'all.
I go get it.
I show it behind enemy lines.
I show it behind enemy lines.
When lose a draw, a fight, a shootout, a death, fuck it.
That's real?
Oh, it was a fake tweet.
Okay.
I can't.
If it's fake, I can't do it.
I'll give you the real behind it.
Let's go to Cardi B.
updates they wouldn't post some fake shit what the fuck is this bumbo clod oh where the fuck it's a parody page
okay okay it's a parody page yeah let me show i will say though this ain't about cardi but i'll just say
atlantic is ran by the son of a king let me say this again
atlantic is ran by the son of a king man who ran who runs atlantic is ran by the son of a king man who runs atlantic
His name is, it's my close personal friend.
His name is Elliot Grange.
He's a son of Lucian Grange.
His pops own the biggest label.
Or not owns, but runs the biggest label.
This is nepotism and his finest.
His son runs the second biggest.
Actually, it's the third, really.
Son runs the third biggest.
His dad owns the, runs the biggest.
UMG, WMG.
We'll be very clear with you.
Atlantic has been,
and take it over.
And the big dick on the block, pause,
is my man Elliot Grange.
All y'all, Atlantic artists,
well, first of all, they drop half of y'all.
The meeks, the Kodaks, they dropped all y'all,
and they wouldn't even give a young boy some shit.
Because them niggas, they were trying to get some,
like, they were in public,
they had to get bonuses, they dropped people.
There wasn't that to spend.
All the executives got their bonuses.
I heard some people got $100 million.
Executives.
Yes, executives got $100 million.
That's why you saw no music from Atlantic for a while.
Cardi B been on Atlantic for a while.
Here's the thing.
Cardi B is now dealing with a new team.
Cardi B is like an old baseball player with a new coach, new GM, new pitching coach, new hitting coach.
Everything new.
Atlantic is brand new.
And even if you're a superstar caliber artist like Cardi B,
when you say, let's just drop this teaser real quick and I'll be back.
in eight months.
They're like, bitch, what?
We're supposed to spend $3 million for you to come back in eight months?
Wait, hold on now.
Financially, that won't make sense.
If we're spending that $3 million, you're about to come with this album.
Stop the fucking playing.
It's a lot of things that's changed.
Atlantic is very different.
I do believe Cardi might have some issues.
Because you see all them old niggas, and I hate to call them old niggas.
but and I don't want to call the names of those people
shit I will
the kaisers and the rest of them niggas and everybody else
shit even you know they brought 300 in
the Kevin Liles
because all of that is now under
Atlantic music group so they've acquired a bunch
they got rid of all of them niggas
so all of the niggas who used to be on their hands and knees
for Cardi they're gone they're gone
out of here kaput
Now your label is ran by a couple Y and white dudes
The hair to the throne
Elliot Grange
And a couple people who you don't have a rapport with
That when you start hitting them with the big ball shit
Like yo
Yeah I'm fin of you
Yo
We need three million-hour budget to drop this song
And I need that bitch to be like number one and number two
They're going to say
All right we could do that
We could do that
We love you, we love you
but where the album at?
But where the album at?
I'll let you know about the album.
What, nigga?
We ain't going with that shit.
This ain't them old niggas that we fired.
That's what's happening.
It's saying the old niggas that we fired.
Different regime.
Different regime.
We're going to see how that works.
We're going to see how that works.
And yes, Atlantic got some YNs there.
I worked with them.
You know the top dudes at Atlantic now?
I used to work with them because no one
I have a deal with them.
The Academy Records is under their shit, 10K.
And I used to work with them because Trippy and 6-9
was signed to them.
So yeah, like they're the people running Atlantic now.
They run this shit.
Meg's shit folds up under there.
They told me Meg, they told me Meg is coming strong.
They said,
what they said about Cardi?
They said, eventually Cardi going to do something.
All right.
we're going to see how I go.
This is business as usual.
Business as usual.
Also, Cardi, I love you, baby girl,
but I got to be honest with you.
You ain't dropped music in five years.
Actually, seven years.
Last drop was 2018, I believe.
If you think anybody other than your fan base
is going to have sympathy about any gripe with a label,
you're sadly mistaken.
Anybody with a decent brain is going to say,
you ain't dropped for seven years.
You're tripping.
So, let's get the album going on.
Cardi, this is supposed to be the fuck Offset album.
Come on now.
I can say, I'm drunk.
I can say it.
I'm drunk.
They're supposed to be Offset.
You ain't shit.
You a bitch.
Offset, I don't think like that, brother.
I love you.
I love you.
I love you.
Cardi, I talk to you too.
I love you even more.
But what I'm saying is the people want to hear the fuck Offset album.
And also I got to understand that as a man.
The females want to be.
want to hear that
nigga been dogging me out, doing
shit, whatever, whatever. It's my turn now.
It's my lickback. That's
where the culture is at. They want that album
from Cardi. If Cardi delivers that album, I think she's going to be
just fine. $200K. $200K.
$200K. Back like she never left.
I'm only telling you out of truth.
I'm only telling you out of truth, man. I'm going to
like it. So anyway,
I'm going to wait a couple days to ask Drake about Iceman
because I don't want to hit him up today
and Drake said some dumb shit
that's gonna piss me off
like yo I heard you was chilling with the ops
like bro shut up
I want to hear that
I don't think he would say that
but he might say that some dumb shit
because he's funny too
he got mad jokes
what people don't know about Drake
he got mad jokes
so I don't want him to say no dumb shit
I'm like
nigga shut up
be like yo
you like yo act
are you sure if I tell you about
ice man you're not about to go tell
you're not about to go tell
Dave free
that's him
that's how Drake is
Like, Drake is dumb funny.
So, again, I was just waiting a while, let it blow over.
Pause, no ditty.
Then I'm going to ask him, Iceman, what we doing?
Feel me?
Somebody said, Cardi B is the Ben Simmons, the hip-hop?
Nah, speaker, don't say that about Cardi.
I love Cardi.
No.
I think Cardi about drop a banger on you things.
I'm serious.
I think part of the reason she kind of exposes so much of the hurt shit
is because her music is going to embody it.
Yeah, 150 layoffs, 12 artists, drop for Bill.
Atlantic. My boy Elliot Grange went up in there and fired everybody. He said if you niggas is over 50,
hit the door. Everybody over 50 hit the door. You niggas is old collecting a check. They're
getting paid absorbative weight. Everybody, if you over 50 years old, hit the door right now. Oh,
y'all. Come on. Come on. Get your Walker, grandpa. Get out of here. Fuck out of here. Get the fuck
out of here. Mm-hmm. They fired everybody over there, man. Mm-hmm. By the way, Iy Spice.
Ice Spice. Let me talk to you.
We're on the same label, low key.
I don't know if you notice.
The Academy Records is over there.
Ice Spice, let me tell you this.
I'm going to just say a legend, even though you know, you know, you know, it's direct.
If you lose this ass one more time, you dropped.
I haven't going to hold you.
You lose this ass one more time, it's over.
They're not playing with you no more.
Last warning.
Keep this ass or it's done.
Keep this ass or it's done.
You had a spark when you started.
We can't have you.
turn the garbage. You lose this
ass one more time. It's over. I'm telling you
right now, I'm telling you as a friend.
I'm telling you as a friend.
I'm telling you as a friend.
They're not playing games over at AMG.
They're not playing no more games.
I'm seeing what's going to happen. I've got to hit my man.
High Bridge the label. Those are my people.
HBT out.
It's my people. Everybody know.
Fuck a boogie. Hard.
hosted one of his release parties.
I think it was artist 2.0.
We need to see how this is going to go down.
There's a few artists on Atlantic.
I need to see how the new regime treats them.
They've brought in the new YN regime.
They're looking for YNs.
Niggas like a boogie don't qualify to be YN's,
don't more.
And unless,
and a buggy about to turn 30 this year.
unless your music is perculating
they almost looking like
do we want to spend the bread to get this nigga pop it again
so I want to see what happens with Boogie
boogie's still over there
let me Google it
and I know y'all going to call me after this is fine
Atlantic Records
they're going to call me after this
they're going to call me after this and give me a rundown
of every artist they got watched
yeah we got to see what's going to happen with boogie
got to see
I'm just picking up
out of the big artists. You see Cardi here? Okay.
Burner. Burner boy been a big W for them.
Chat. I told him I'm on my street.
I told him I'm on my street, but they said,
later this month, could you go fuck with?
Let me know. But I got to leave the country. I don't know about that.
Shout to Atlantic.
Shout to Atlantic. Let's see who else is over here.
Corday, I ain't gonna lie to you.
Cordy, I fuck with you.
But I think Kendrick put you in a cuck chair, lyrically.
Your moment when you were dropping,
Kendrick dropped something that we overshadowed you.
You are somebody with lyrical prowess in a story that I'm compelled by,
but it seemed like the connection with the people to care.
And it's not only necessarily you,
we haven't seen for a while people start being invested in someone's story,
I feel like you're an opportunity being wasted by the label.
It ain't your music.
It's the other things.
Don Tolliver.
Okay, Don Tolliver over there.
You know, I love some Don Tolliver.
He always makes some good music.
Shout to Don't Talver.
My boy.
He always on a hit song.
Can't say nothing about it.
Ed Sharon.
We don't got to talk about Ed Shearing.
You know how that go?
Let's see.
Finesse two times.
I think you need to finesse three times to get out of that legal trouble.
I'm going to be honest with you.
I haven't heard a hot song from Finnezz two times a minute.
It's been all beef with his younger artists.
Look like he should start up a babysitting company.
You know, every artist want to be a boss.
They want to sign other niggies.
They want to be bigger than life.
Don't start investing yourself into somebody else's career
when your career isn't all the way there yet.
But I'll back up from that point.
Fugiano, I think he locked up.
I see FTO set
I see you out here
He's building though
I feel like I'm Gucci man in 2006
It's 2025
But Gucci's so Gucci
He gonna drop on 1017
Like he wants to
He's gonna do him
Jack Harlow
Not gonna lie to you
Jack Harlow
You disappointed me brother
And DJ Drama don't call me after this
We're actually you call me
I love you
Jack Harlow
You were supposed to be one of the next ones.
I'm going to keep it a being with you.
The same things I saw in you,
I'm starting to see in Central C.
Central C got that charisma.
Both of y'all have that non-black, like, image.
But his swag is a lot more.
Nike texts everywhere,
doesn't pipe down ice spice.
You know what I mean?
He's kicking it with a roadmaned him out in London.
Like, I'm going to be honest with you.
my boy Central C he's freestyling all the time he kind of feels like
he ain't a nigga but he a nigga
he's my nigga
that's Central C
Jack Harlow your last couple joints I felt like you were going for pop
I ain't I ain't getting jiggied with it I'm not gonna lie
I'm going out of their whole roster
you know you know what I'm doing right here
they would pay me 30 grand for me to give them a full assessment
of what they got going on on their shit who should get dropped
whatever that's 30 grand
just let you know
that's that's how it costs
but I'm doing it right now
because I'm drunk
I'm only going for the big artists
Kevin Gates won't give you what Kevin Gates
give you he ain't he don't require no big budget anyway
he's straight
he's straight you good
I'll ignore Killani
but Kalani's good to
Kalani's straight too
let's get to Loozy Vert
Luzi vert
Oozzie vert
Uzi's in an interest in position
because Uzi is an A-L
list tier artists.
But his last project
wasn't A list tier numbers.
Fans are a little bit confused.
The marketing is a little bit
I gotta ask some questions, Atlantic.
Is Uzi about a re-up?
Because I can't understand
why we not seen certain shit for Uzi.
It's a confusing thing.
But Uzi's a big budget, nigga.
Uzi's who I call a big dog.
So when Uzi sold on a $100K,
I said, Kelo K.
I don't like that.
I don't like that.
Lizzo, the Ozympic paid off.
She's doing the thing now.
God damn it.
Y'all heard Lizzo's new song?
Lizzo got some new song showing off her new body.
Y'all ain't see this shit?
Lizzo got a song showing off her new body.
Hold on, that's my DMs.
Hold on, never mind.
Hold on now.
Hold on now.
Lizzo showing off a new body.
There we go.
Lizzo.
New song.
She got a new song showing
off a new body. Look,
not even going to lie, I can't play too much of it,
but that shit going to hit.
Lizzo is a comeback story
that people is fucking with.
She took all the vitriol
and hate. They said she
was fat as fuck.
She lost a little bit of weight. She got a little
skin, you know, a little skin fat. There ain't nothing
like Dr. Miami can't cut off.
A little bit of lard. You know what I mean? Chop that bit
all. You know what I mean? Stitch it up.
Do some, like, little laser treatment.
She'd be good. Feel what I'm saying?
Like, you know, I always say once you can see the gap between the thighs still, you know, she's cooking.
I know how I go.
She rapping now like she's on sexy red time, man.
You let a fat bitch lose some weight.
The bitch thinks she a ratchet bitch like sexy red, right?
I never knew she made music like this, but she lost too much weight.
She stepped on a scale.
She gasped.

Why I think I'll be, I'm not laughing right now.
Yeah, it's all jokes.
You're right.

O'Gizi.
An O'Geezy of West Coast artists, you know.
Right now I'm starting to see him percolate.
I think they've got to put some more energy behind them.
The West Coast needs this.
You feel me?
Like he's not one of them niggas who's just running behind that.
Like he's trying to create his own shit and I fuck with it.
Yo, Poo Shicey when they get out of jail?
It's over.
It's over.
Everybody know Poo Shicey kept the solid.
He was making some of the hardest music before.
He's the baby 2.0.
He was shoot niggas.
He was rapping about shooting niggas and really doing it.
Gangster.
He's going to run it up.
Now here's the thing, Atlantic.
Y'all got to manage him when he get out.
Don't let him do the thug.
Okay?
He gets three days with his family and you put him in a studio.
And you put him in a studio and I don't care what is pre-trial release or like, you know, his post-trial or post-prison release shit shit says,
we need him to rap about all the shit that he was doing.
I want to hear him.
That's the problem with these rappers.
Y'niggas rap about shooting niggas.
We don't believe you, but we still tune in.
Then we find out you shot a nigga.
you get locked up and when you get out we're like all right you finally about a rap about some

to the table as well. Roddy is in an interest in position just like my man A. Buggy.
You guys are capable of mega hits. You guys are really talented. But I'm going to be
honest with you, I don't think the label going to get behind y'all to try to make y'all a thing

It's trying to say Nicky Minaj is this in Jay-Z.
What the fuck is this?
What?
Did she drop something?
Okay, I don't know if that's true.
What was this move on?
Oh yeah, I say Unk popped on?
Let's go see Unk.
Hold on, let's see Unk.
Need no music.
The All-Stars need no music.
Hold on, I'm about to get some pizza too.
Hold on.
Give me a zang.
Mia.
Meet with federal prosecution 27 times.
and tell a whole bunch of lies on the witness stand.
We already saw Cassie get on the witness stand with immunity
and tell a lie about the balcony joint.
That was a lie.
I need 500 thumbs up.
I need 500 thumbs up.
At that point, we already saw Brianna Bongling commit perjury last week.
Under the cross-examination of Nicole Westmoreland just tell a cold-blooded lie that Puffy was in Los Angeles.
He was in Los Angeles at Cassie's crib and he hung her over the balcony.
Brianna Bogelin testified to that on the stand under oath, you understand, Sean Stallers,
that Puffy did that to her.
right and then she said check this part out she said oh cassie didn't see it i was smoking a cigarette
now i was smoking weed then i was pretending she told three different stories about this balcony
incident at cassie's apartment but if you look in cassie civil suit on page 19 paragraph 102
Cassie in her civil suit that she got 20 million from Puff from say it was at a hotel suite.
Cassie, Cassie said it was at a hotel suite in Los Angeles.
Come to find out, it couldn't have been at Cassie's crib because Cassie was here in New York with Puffy
at a signing at Macy's and they was up in Harlem at the benefit for the boys and girls' hearts.
And they was ordering room service at the Trump Hotel, Trump International.
And all y'all in my comments section saying,
Yeah, Sean, how you know that wasn't somebody else in the hotel room ordering room service?
Because the night before, on September 25th, Puffy was in Newt on stage with Little Kim.
And on September 26th, he was up in Harlem and at the Macy's Onesies on.
on 34th Street doing the sign-in.
So he was definitely here with Cassie.
So they couldn't have been in Los Angeles, right?
So all of the prosecution's witnesses,
David James got up there told a lot.
Kid Cuddy got up there told a lot.
Every witness, the prosecution, has presented in this case,
has
been inconsistent
and misrepresented
facts
in this case
in the face of the judge
in the face of the jury
in the face of themselves
in the face of the court
in the face of the world
you understand
so
this is what they was arguing about
and the defense is like
if the prosecution is the one that decides if they tell them the truth or not,
immunity don't mean nothing, right?
And, you know, they was going back and forth with that because the prosecution always be real.
Thank you, sir.
The prosecution wants to enter into evidence these personal diary entries that
uh
jane go has
and you know
they
was arguing about that
that's what went down
and Sean
I appreciate you so
the judge said
he's going to look at it tonight
and he's going to rule on it in the morning
right off the bat
Tenney
Gerigos
what I've been hearing
is that most of the people were expecting Teni Garrigos to have a got-you moment like Nicole Westmoreland.
And she didn't have that.
But Tenny Garigos has ripped this girl's heart and her soul out of her body and put it in her pocket.
Teddy Garrigos has destroyed Jane Doe on the stand.
In her own way.
I think my dog in my piece of her.
So right off the bat,
Tennigarigos comes out and says,
Uh, good morning, Jane, and Jane, you know, Jane is corny.
Jane is wet.
Good morning, Miss Marigos.
Miss Garagos,
she'll ask somebody here.
Fake air.
So, Miss Garagos, right off the trip,
goes to a text message
dated December the 20th,
2021,
where Jane Doe text
Cabra, the male entertainer,
the male entertainer.
Good morning, love.
How you feeling?
Puffy ain't no way around.
Puffy ain't nowhere around
It's just
Jane though
And the male escort
By themselves
We got more
Hey listen
We're gonna get to the truth
One way or the other
Shout to my boy
Fruit Jans
You ever go
Check out Fruit Jans
He'd be having some ill clips
To me
Man shout to him
So he just posted me
Yeah why the hell
Prince
My boy Prince
Barking outside
Um
Here we go
Here we go
He'll go
He'll go
He'll go
He'll go
Oh, so Stephen Victor commented on my statement about what my conversation with,
yeah, bro, let me be honest with you.
Like, you pull up on me at a concert, you tell me something, this is not secret, bro.
Like, I hope nobody think that your act is just, you pull up on me on a concert,
this is not secret gang.
You feel what I'm saying?
Like, we are not, we're not like best buzz, don't talk to me type shit.
No, that's not me or you.
Like, I don't know you that well.
You know I'm a media personality.
I'm going to say it.
So what I said was Anthony Saleh told me that the push-a-tie shit is real,
but it happened around the time when UMG was trying to salvage their narrative
or salvage their relationship with Drake.
He never told me Drake told him to do it.
He said UMG wanted to salvage the relationship.
Okay
Um
This is what I said
And spoiler
Stephen Victor said it's saying true
Hold on
So what he says to me
And this is all news to me
And you gotta take it with a green assault
Because again
Because we've seized communication
It's the first time
I'm hearing these things
It's first time I'm hearing that
They took this guy's phone
Because now they're looking for
These allegations of Bodin
I didn't know
I didn't know
They don't
They don't put this info out anywhere, so I could only find out when I pop up.
Then he gives me some more insight.
And I ain't going to lie to you.
This was worth going to the concert for this insight.
I live off insight like this.
He says, that push your T shit is real.
He says the only problem is people think that happened recently.
That didn't happen recently.
He said if it was recently, UMG would let push and say whatever you want to say or do what he want to do.
Why?
Right now, UMG and Drake, their relationship might be irreparably broken because of the lawsuit.
Not like us dropped last May.
He said around June, July, because Drake supposedly approached UMG saying, yo, there's just a shooting at my house.
And UMG asked Kendrick's team, could you?
remove the cover art.
We need you to take the cover art down.
It got his house on it.
We want you to take that down.
From what I heard,
they stood ten toes down and say,
if we do that,
the whole song should come down.
We're not changing shit.
UMG, who clearly is in it for the bread,
is like,
keep that shit off.
Now, they didn't say that, but like,
you know, basically they just allowed it, right?
However, while all of this is brewing, apparently that's when the pusha T thing happens.
And that's when UMG, who is really at that point on a rocky relationship with Drake,
they're trying to salvage a relationship.
They tell Puscha, hey, right now, you can't drop nothing dissing the guy.
We're trying to work on our relationship with them.
Could you change this?
could you change that?
Now, I'll be honest.
He didn't say Drake instructed them to do this.
He said they were trying to save a relationship with Drake.
Your fruit jams in the chat.
What up?
So what he says to him.
Okay.
Now, off-sad, Stephen Victor says, my bad.
Stephen Victor says, this ain't true.
I repeated exactly what I heard from that, nigger, man.
It ain't me.
I don't know.
Stephen, I would love to have you on the stream.
I speak to Stephen Victor.
Stephen Victor, I think we should sit down and talk
or you should hop on a stream.
Actually, someone wanted him to hop on a stream last week or something.
I would love to hear Stephen Victor's points about that,
even though low-key, I think the best thing would be,
you know, with all due respect to push your T,
I don't really care about that.
I would love for Anthony Saleh,
who I wouldn't have never talked to unless I went to the show.
I would love for him and me to talk on the stream.
You know?
So, uh-huh.
So what I said?
Yo, a little EXT.
What's up with you, bro?
Oh, my God.
Why is my dog just barking?
Like, he's going out of style.
Okay.
Anything else?
They're here?
That's crazy.
That's crazy.
All right.
Okay, okay, okay, okay.
Yo, chat, I think I'm gonna, I think I'm gonna call it.
I gotta get a little bit of rest, barely steps on the plane.
I will see you guys here later tomorrow.
I probably think it's tomorrow.
Kendrick's tour goes to Toronto next, and it happens tomorrow.
So Kendrick does two nights in Toronto to start in tomorrow.
I went to the show before Toronto.
I want to see how that went in Toronto.
We will see.
People, I love y'all.
I will be back.
And I know, you know, I think we're caught up on all the ditty stuff.
I try to give you any other updates.
But, again, a really long day for me, a long 24 hours for sure.
Got off a plane, went to a concert, a bunch of shit, whatever, whatever, did a stream afterwards.
Barely slept, woke up.
I had to go to the airport again and fly.
at home.
I love y'all.
Sorry.
I love you.
I'm going to go get some rest.
All right.
So I love y'all.
Somebody say,
he's hungry, feed Pluto.
It's not even, you know what it is?
So it's not even Pluto.
Pluto doesn't bark like that.
Pluto's,
Pluto's a savage,
but he's well trained in a way.
It's his son.
His son is unruly.
Every time, like, I try to play with him,
like, his teeth is trying to, like,
grab my arm.
He's bit one of my shoulder.
shirt like he's a little bit he think he a gangster like he's a teenager though he's like
teenager year so we don't get him in line it's all good so the chat i am out of here for today i do
appreciate y'all i hope you guys do not feel like um i'm getting out of here early i know it's
only been four and a half hours but chat uh it's been a long motherfucking day thank you for all the
support appreciation
