And Jacksonville is DeVall County. Jacksonville, Florida. It's in Duval County. So they got arrested in, let me see. I'll just search county. They got arrested in Duval County, right? It's the seat of Duval County. Next to Florida, Duval County.

You can see over here. Yeah. So they got arrested in Duval County. I'm pretty sure if they had lawyers or even if they got like a public defender pretty quickly or maybe they did it themselves. They probably waived an extradition hearing. or actually this is Florida, so it might be different, where they might not necessarily need to have a hearing

for you to be extradited because it's still within the same state. Usually if it's a different state, right, they got to do a whole court type of thing. How do I notice? Remember them bum-ass things who tried to run up on me? They got caught for like three other shootings in Virginia. Like the cops here had to go to a hearing in Virginia because Virginia is like, why are we going to turn them over to New Jersey?

You get what I'm saying? They had to go present some evidence like, hey, this is what we got as proof. that these motherfuckers did a crime in our state, and then it got signed off on, but they said, well, y'all could get them after us, and then they're going to be locked up for a while. So I think in Florida is different, though, just because it's within the state of Florida,

they don't necessarily, it's like kind of like, think about wherever you live, it's like an out-of-count warrant, right? So they probably didn't even have to go to a hearing. They probably just shipped them straight over to Hillsborough County, which if you don't know, that's where Tampa is. So Tampa, Tampa, Florida, it's in Hillsborough County, so which means that they are now,

which also, I'll tell you what it means after that. So they're in the jurisdiction of where their crime of first-degree murder will be prosecuted. Okay. Now, second thing, I'm pretty sure Monday, so two days from now, or possibly Tuesday, they're going to have a first appearance, right? And by the way, we'll probably look up their charges and see if maybe, you know, they have an attorney already either given to them, which would be a public defender,

or if they have an attorney who is filed to the court that they're represented them. But regardless, what's going to happen is that they're going to have a first appearance and they're going to have an arraignment, right? So, hey, listen, you're charged for first-degree murder. You're facing up to this amount of years. it's like a procedural thing, right? Sometimes, you know, they'll allow you to, not allow you, sometimes you could offer to put in a plea.

Everybody's going to say not guilty, right? And then you could possibly talk about the concept of bond. I'm going to be honest with you. I don't think these guys would get bond. Look like policemen are on for a while. Or if there is a bond, I think it's going to be an exorbitant amount. Million dollars, $500,000 or more. Probably not accepting that 15 or 10% shit.

You know what I mean? Maybe they want some property. Despite these being pretty much kids. Like this girl is 21 years old. You know what I mean? And you know, for her, she's probably, I don't know if reality has hit her yet. But like, bro, she probably thought, hey, even if I get caught, I'm going to get slapped with the wrist. Like maybe an accessory to murder charge.

you know um it's tough it's tough um you are probably not at liberty you know it took a while for joe to get to where he's at you're not at that place at that point because your relationship with these artists because they see you as a contemporary is worth way more than what they think about you just being a media personality or you just being somebody who's just a fan you know shit, listen, me and Drake has had that conversation. He's not mad if I said, yo, not like us. He's not mad at all. You know what I mean?

He's not mad if I was like, well, you know what? He's not mad about any of my opinions. We've spoken about all of them. And he said, act, I respect you so much because you're always very base in reality, whether it goes in my favor or not. And sometimes he don't go to my favor. And I got to respect it. I don't think you're there yet. if you were on the twilight of your career and they were looking at your media personality, yeah, maybe that. So I'll say that, but I think he's figuring out how not to piss off the most amount of people. And here's the thing, Yadda, you're always going to piss people off being honest. You're going to, right now you have a label. People are realizing how talented you are musically.

You're making great music. You're helping people write great music. You're producing great music. You're going to have to pick whether you're going to have to, to choose your career as a musician or your career as a podcaster and potential media personality. That's what it is. And, you know, when artists get in your position sometimes, they'll be like, yo, I don't want to do podcasts.

I just want to do an artist thing because, yeah, people do kind of look at you a little bit weird after. They feel like, oh, okay, yeah, but you're not one of us. Like, you know, that's why they look at Joe different than me. They expect Joe to understand the artist's arc while they would be like, well, you're not going to understand as much as him. You're going to more identify with a fan. So you might not understand, but Joe should understand. So Joe should say certain things, right?
