The song has been there for 24 weeks. It actually passed Mariah Carey previous record of 22 weeks with All I Want for Christmas is You. Now, obviously, depending on how long she stays there, Mariah Carey is going to take that record back, right? Mariah Carey goes number one every year, okay?

He recently just got arrested, and I thought nothing was going to come of this, but apparently the young woman he was dating, Jazz McKendrick, she actually went to, she actually went to the police a month after she, like, you know, got, allegedly choked and punched by Rick Ross. She went to the police, and the police actually looked at the evidence.

Obviously, nothing was in real time. She probably didn't have any bruises that were still remaining. But they looked at the evidence that she had and said, you know what, we have enough to file charges and domestic violence charges against Rick Ross. Now, clearly, clearly, Rick Ross is no longer with this young woman, I would imagine. However, apparently the cops did do. Rick Rose a solid. They actually hit him up.

They didn't just like arrest him at his, you know, mansion or get him at a concert or pull him over him, yank him out the car. They actually told his lawyer and communicated to him that there was a warrant out for his arrest and he did get a chance to turn himself in, okay? He's being represented by Steve Sadoe, who's a heavyweight, one of those guys that's a heavyweight out of Georgia, but he will operate in Florida for this particular situation. Ross turned himself into the police on Thursday morning, and it was being arrested on two battery charges

after an ex-girlfriend called the cops on Tuesday. So she called the cops this week. You know, it's always a interesting thing where, like, by the way, we're not with domestic violence, right? We're not co-signing none of this nonsense. But you get socked in the lip a month ago, and then you go to the cops a month later. Now, I don't know, maybe she felt intimidated,

Maybe she forgot it happened. I don't know. Maybe I don't know. But she went to the cops a month after it happened. And apparently, wait, is it a month? Yeah, it is a month. So the woman says, right? The woman says it went down on August 28th, which is over a month ago, right?

It's October. She says she was sleeping in a home they shared. and he woke her up in a jealous rage over a photo that she was tagged in on social media. Now, I'm not going to lie, this is a little bit surprising. But, you know, I'm surprised but not that surprise. Chat, these rappers are tender, okay? They rap, they rap to you about all the millions of women they have, all the women that they have at their disposal based on money and fame,

but we get to realize their ego is all fragile, and they're definitely all tender. Okay, you know, from, you know, we don't need to name these guys, but I'm starting to realize these rappers are tender about their girls, okay? Now, that doesn't mean I believe that he put hands on her, but according to her, she's saying she's sleeping, Rick Ross wakes her up. And I just can't imagine what that even looks like. Like Rick Ross looking and sounding like a grizzly blar, ho! You know what I mean? Just like waking this young woman up and supposedly showing her his phone like, bitch, why the hell you tagged in this photo? You know?

I just think Rick Ross is too much of a boss to be fighting a tick over a fucking Instagram picture. You know what I mean? Like, it's just crazy. But supposedly Rick Ross was jealous about a photo she was tagged in. Now, granted, she is a model. So if she's a model, she takes photos, I would imagine, for a living. I wouldn't be surprised if she's tagging all type. Clearly, Rick Ross felt a type of way.

Apparently, and we do have a police report, so we'll actually go read that to get a little bit more details. But they're saying that after Ross was basically questioned her about that, things got physical and physical really quickly. The sources say that the police, woman told police, Rick Ross questioned her about lying to him and then slapped her in the face. She later accused,

she said he later accused her of being in a relationship with someone else. And every time she denied it, he struck her. It's kind of interesting. Why would he ask her, she was, were they dating at the time? Because she's usually around Rick Ross everywhere. Why would Rick Ross have to wake her up and ask her and accuse her if she's in a relationship

with someone else when she's usually with him? Anyway, we're told the woman claimed Rick Ross struck her in the chest several times, choked her to the point she couldn't breathe, grabbed her by the ponytail, and slammed her against the wall. Our sources say the woman gave police the photos of the alleged injuries, and Rick Ross voluntarily surrendered to the police but did not talk to the cops. about her allegations. Court records show that Rick Ross has pleaded not guilty to both charges.

He's actually not in custody. He was actually released. Okay. It says Rick Ross's lawyer, Stephen Sadoe, and Bradley Hornstein. Tell TMZ William Roberts, the second professionally known as Rick Ross, aka the biggest boss, is being wrongfully accused by an ex-girlfriend who true motivations are currently unclear. The ex didn't even follow the police report until a month after the incident.

allegedly took place. Mr. Roberts is innocent and has pled guilty, not guilty to the charges. He respectfully requests that his friends, fans, and general public not prejudge the situation and allow the judicial process to run this course. Ross, let me tell you this, and I'm pretty sure you know.

She probably has zero interest in you being put in jail. Like most other women, she wants that back. and what's probably going to come with why this is, and again, I'm not saying this is true or not, but the timing seems suspicious and seems like someone that wants the back, okay?

Seems like a lawsuit would probably follow this, but you need to document it with the cops first, and then you could come with the lawsuits saying that he beat your ass for the whole three years out together. He sexually did whatever to you. He held you against your will, and yeah, so we've gotten the first part. These are charges that I believe that Rick Ross will easily beat.

Just be honest, chat. Like, think about it. She showed up with some pitchers and he got locked up. She showed up with pictures, chat. Any good lawyer is going to say, she did that to herself or she got beat up by her friend or how do you know that's Rick Ross that did that? Does she have surveillance footage?

Did they raid his house and get, like, the surveillance? Like, what's the proof that this? this really happened. So I think a good lawyer, which, by the way, Stephen Sadoe, or Steve Sadoe is like one of the top guys, they're going to be able to beat it. I just think there's a bigger play. You know, anytime I see a guy is successful like Rick Ross, he got the jet, he got the yacht, he got the three big old mansions, Star Island, he got the one in Georgia.

It's usually these women are not going to leave without at least taking a chunk of flesh with you. All right? Now, just me personally, and call me biased if you want, I honestly believe that if she really cared about justice, she put the thing up saying that when a man puts his hands on you, it should be the last time, right? What she said? I don't know a lot of things, but I do know that a man that puts his hands on me is a man that never loved me and never will. Well, she didn't go to the cops for a month, right? So I'm just going to reserve this idea that she's looking for justice.

So I'm pretty sure she's going to probably look at Rose to say, hey, listen, I got no problem recanted my statement. I could say I forgot. I will do whatever. All of those factors don't look good when you're facing the rest of your life possibly incarcerated. If you're facing life in prison,

what's to prevent you from going on the run? Right. If you're facing life in prison, what's to prevent you from continuing your crime? Right? If you're out while waiting for the case, for the trial, you might be like, I'm cooked. Let me just go at least get some shit off my chest

And number three, the case is so unusual and so complex due to the nature and the prosecution including the conspiracy charges defendants against all defendants, the volume of discovery and the number of defendants that is unreasonable to expect preparation for pretrial proceedings for the trial itself within the time limits established by the Speedy Trial Act. Failure to grant the conditional Continuously denied a defendant continuity of counsel and would deny the defense counsel the reasonable time necessary for effective preparation, taking account of the exercise of due diligence, okay?
