no like I guess he's slow's nephew or something no yeah yeah so
That's the situation between y'all.
How can we leave?
Oh, shit.
Hey, I don't know what this is about.
I'm pretty sure it's probably some business shit.
Probably that went wrong.
I'm going to give, I'm going to give Nia's some, I think, valuable advice.
Nia.
You should take a look in the mirror and figure out who you are and what you want to do.
From what I've been told, and I've just heard stories of this guy worked with you or that guy worked with you,
and they were promised to cut off of this or you were at to give them money.
And the reason why I say to take a look in the mirror and figure out who you are is because the things you're wanting to do is coming with people almost extorting.
I won't call it extortion because it's kind of business.
these guys are agreeing to help you with things give you in positions you're not rolling to the hood
by yourself i remember looking at the video where you're in the hood and i'm like why is he there
if that's what you want to do you want to be the the guy who's streaming walking through the hood for
maybe views yeah you're going to have to pay some people and you're going to have to also realize
that if those people who probably help facilitate situations or help get you around other people
that either makes you save or makes your stream fun or makes the numbers go up.
These people, they're probably want their fucking money.
They're not going to wait on your time.
And when you deal with street people, they're going to start dealing in ways like you see this.
Fuck an invoice.
I'm pulling up on you.
Now, I've heard other people that claim they owe you money or you owe them money.
And again, your business is not my business.
but um you know i'm i'm i'll start this and end this by saying you got to look in the mirror
and say what you who you are if you're the kid that wants to go to the hood or wants to go
hang around certain people you are where aiden used to be when he very first starts streaming
in terms of access got to pay for it so again i would tell a streamer like you bro
I think your audience likes you
Not about you going to the hood
Not about who you're with
They like your personality
You're nerdy
Like a lot of them are nerdy
Like it's cool
Like bruh it's cool
Like you know what I mean
Shit I have my personality
Some people like my audience likes me
For my personality
If you're trying to be something
That you look in the mirror
And that's what you want to be
Understand it comes with a cost
So again
If niggas is saying you owe their money
I don't know
nature of our business but you should look to sort that out as quickly as possible because
not everybody takes being owed money the right way like you could owe some people money
they try to sue you you could owe some people money and they try to slap the shit out of you
if you don't pay them immediately again I don't want to know um I don't even want to get into
your business and actually I don't even want to ask AJ I don't even going to bring about
a stream firm to talk about this uh but I
I don't want nothing to happen in Neon.
And neon seems like a cool guy, man.
But yeah.
Again, here's the thing.
When you lay in bed and start doing business deals with certain people,
this is what comes to it.
It is what it is.
Right.
Okay, okay, okay, okay.
Um, hey, I see some people saying,
yo, act, let's watch the 616 in L.A.
Breakdown.
It's a very long breakdown.
So I don't know if you guys want to watch the whole thing,
but we can.
The only thing I'll say to y'all is,
I did learn something new.
Like, I learned that the first part of the song,
16 in LA,
is actually,
like,
Kendrick is rapping,
and I learned this from,
from What's the Dirt?
No,
Kendrick is rapping in Drake's,
um,
you know,
uh,
he's rapping from Drake's perspective for a short while.
Like the very,
the first couple of bars,
he's rapping from Drake's perspective.
supposedly, right?
Anyway, just listen to this breakdown right here.
I think, you know...
All right, guys, I've been eagerly chipping away
at the breakdowns for all the recent...
These records, if he wants to do it,
he can do it. Don't let anyone tell you that you can't do it.
In an LA, just three days later.
And this was something that I predicted
over a month ago before any of the dishes
dropped when all we had was to like that record.
I think Kendrick's going to use Drake's
own angle against him, and he'll
probably even reference back-to-back
while he does it. So before we even begin,
have to take a close look at the title of the track as there's several meanings.
First and foremost, the one that will jump out to any Drake fan is Kendrick's usage of the
timestamp format. Drake is synonymous with timestamp titles and it's on these records where
he gets super busy with the pen. Whenever someone tries to tell me that Drake can't rap, I'll always
tell him check out one of those records, then tell me that he can't rap. So this was a very
strategic and petty angle from Kendrick as he attempts to taint Drake's long-running series.
Even since this track dropped, we've seen multiple people claim that Kendrick's version of the
timestamp was way better than any of Drake's, and this very well could have been Kendrick's goal.
And let's be realistic, Drake still has by far the best timestamp records.
Like, he still lays clean to that.
Now, as far as the other meanings behind this title, there are several theories bouncing around,
but I'm going to give you guys the most significant meaning and truly break down why that is.
It was on June 16, 2011, that Kendrick met Drake for the very first time.
In a double XL magazine, Kendrick described a meeting saying,
I did a show in Toronto on June 16th.
my first show in Toronto.
I think it was the same night
we were going back to the hotel
and he hit my phone.
I guess he got the word that I was in town,
he was there for the night working on the album,
and he said he wanted to meet up.
We met up, chilled out, and got the vibe.
Now remember, the Buried Alive track
that Kendrick did for Drake
was based on this moment when they first met.
On Buried Alive, Kendrick reflects on this meeting with Drake,
mentioning how Drake introduced him
to the glitz and glamour of celebrity life.
Kendrick described being picked up
in a Mayback by Drake
and states that Drake brought him
to a fancy place to eat
where he talked to Kendrick about women and the industry.
However, on the track, Kendrick truly struggles with the idea of becoming famous
as he's afraid it will change him for the worse,
but he also realizes that this type of lifestyle comes with the territory.
Now, what's extremely critical to point out is how Kendrick ends off the track.
The reason why the highlight was when he said, you alone to the people when you outside.
So he clearly says that's what he said.
Now, who is he? Who's he talking about?
What most people are full of money from the power, full of pussy from the fame, man, bury yourself alive. Then I died.
What most people fail to realize is that these last few lines is not Kendrick speaking to himself,
but Drake having a conversation with Kendrick.
And this is the part that's really important.
When asked by Double XL to explain the meaning of why the track ended like this,
Kendrick said the following.
At the end of the verse, that's him in the conversation.
Him telling me that you must accept this lifestyle,
and it's up to you how far you're going to go with it or how much you're going to let in.
I then acknowledge what he's saying when I say,
Then I died, which leaves it hanging on the audience trying to figure out where I would go with it.
Will I let it taint me or destroy me or well I know how to deal with it?
So I mean it's on this night June 16th where Drake is given Kendrick a pep talk about fame to industry how to deal with it
This Buried Alive interlude is important because Drake gives Kendrick a choice
He tells him that fame will come and that it's up to him on how he deals with it
But the thing is Kendrick wasn't the only person who needed to make this choice
This whole thing rings true for Drake as well because Drake had the exact same choice to make and after take care his fame exploded and he was completely consumed by it
Drake's lifestyle in 2024 isn't that much different from the lifestyle that he showed Kendrick back in 2011.
Drake is still living that same old rapper's life.
It's just on a far bigger scale.
Now, in the case of Kendrick, he ended off the record making us wonder which way he'd go with it and today, we now know what choice he made.
Unlike Drake, Kendrick did not get buried by the temptations of money, power, pussy, and fame.
Both artists took an entirely different route and the Buried Alive Interlude is important because it acts as a full circle moment.
By Kendrick using the date June 16th in the title, Drake knows exactly what he's referring to,
and bringing this up 13 years later, is extremely powerful.
Kendrick proved to have the strength to resist the temptations that Drake warned him about,
and Drake himself was weak and couldn't do the same.
Now, I got to say, Drake flips this narrative really well on Family Matters, but that one's coming up next.
So when we get a track like Euphoria, all these years later, the shit that he's saying to Drake is all the more impactful.
I'm allergic to the lame shit only you like being famous.
Fans might take lines like this one lightly,
but it holds a lot of depth because Kendrick knows that when he first met Drake,
Drake had plans to keep on the level head,
as that's what their conversation was about.
This is only further confirmed in the double XL interview
when he talks about Drake and the concept of the Buried Alive track.
I felt like he was in a space now where vanities everywhere,
and he had his hands on every bit of it,
and he's trying to escape that.
But what's clear today is Drake lost his fight.
I mean, he didn't escape it at all.
It's a 2004 accurate CSX.
It's a nice first car for like a teenager, I guess, as opposed to a Mercedes or BMW.
I think that's pretentious personally.
And this is exactly why Kendrick uses June 16th in the title and why it's so significant.
It's by far the most significant use of the title.
616, the day that they first met, the first collaboration they did,
Drake's sophomore album, an entire record was made about that moment.
Now we're 13 years later and it's coming up again.
And like I said, Drake knew exactly what he was doing with this title,
because just days after 616 in LA dropped,
Drake posted a Buried Alive Part 2 parody song
where he mocks Kendrick and flips the narrative again.
If you ain't a time-box, that's how you felt in 2011, why we're wasting time.
Dreams come true, Cody, this is where you die.
Let's fucking go. Come on, hit the like button.
However, 616 in L.A. could possibly be in reference to allegations of Drake
being involved with younger women.
As you guys know, Drake goes by his sixth god and 16-year-old girls for him
might just be prime real estate.
That is the allegations.
Allegations.
Now, this is only further supported
when we look at a young woman
by the name of Bella Harris.
Bella is an LA-based model
who even at the age of 13
stood at a height of 5'10
and she skipped the teen division of modeling
and moved directly up to the women's division.
So get this, at the age of 13,
this child is being like categorized
and showcased as a full-grown woman.
When I was about 13,
I was really tall.
I was like 5'9 and everyone's like,
Oh my god, how old are you?
I'm 12 and 13.
And back in 2018, the internet went crazy as Drake was spotted with a then 18-year-old Bella,
taking pictures that resembled that of a happy couple.
This shit feels like teenage fever.
However, Drake has ties with Bella that dates back to 2016, and given Kendrick's angle throughout this beef,
I think this is what he's talking about.
This is a picture of Drake and Bella at Rihanna's anti-world tour.
As you can see, the date of this photo is May 5th, 2016, and when we look at Rihanna's tour history,
she was indeed in LA for that date.
Then when we look at the fact that Bella had literally just turned 16,
just one month before this photo was taken,
it's all the more compelling.
6.16 in LA, Drake the 6th,
Gob, was indeed with a 16-year-old girl in L.A.
And I mean, Kendrick said he had five more disc tracks in stock.
And I believe him,
I think he was about to get far deeper into this shit,
had this thing kept going.
Furthermore, Kendrick dropped the record at 6.16 AM Pacific Standard Time,
which is 616 in L.A.
Then we got the fact that June 16th is Tupac's birthday
and considering that we've seen a few references to Pock in this beef already
this one seems to make sense.
Next June 16th is Father's Day
and we have seen a slew of references with respect to Drake
and being a shitty dad
and also jabs towards the fact that Drake's own father was absent.
And of course Drake also executive produced the hit show Euphoria
and the first episode of that show aired on June 16th
and that's as far as I'm going to go with the title.
There's a lot of theories out there, but these are the ones that make sense to me.
With all that said, let's move on to the artwork,
which is simply a cropped out version of the artwork that we would see on Meet the Grams,
where Kendrick allegedly had an inside mole collecting Drake's personal items and feeding him information.
And this whole thing with the artwork and these items, like this turned into a...
This really grew legs after.
It turned into this whole other conversation.
So we've got the title, we've got the artwork.
Now let's move to the beat selection.
First and foremost, the track is co-produced by Jack Ananov, who is a pop producer,
most known for his work with Taylor Swift.
This is likely a troll on Drake's previous claims on Taylor Made,
where he insinuated that Taylor Swift had all this power over Kendrick.
Now, what I feel Kendrick is really trying to drive home here by using this producer,
is that just like the culture of hip-hop,
even high-level people within the industry itself do not like Drake
and are more than happy to help bring them down.
I think Kendrick just leaning into it.
Like, yeah, I am friends with Taylor, and she's co-signing his dish.
She doesn't like you. Her producer doesn't like you.
Nobody likes you.
Like, this is a tailor-made disc for you.
The instrumental samples Al Green's song, What a Wonderful Thing Love is,
and Drake's Uncle Tini Hodges is credited as playing guitar on that record.
However, what makes it even more impressive is the fact that Kendrick sampled Teddy Pendergrass on Euphoria,
and now we sample in Al Green, and they both had an album together called Back to Back Hits,
feeding even more into Kendrick's claims that he was going back to back on Drake.
And people say that Kendrick fans are reaching all the time, but this is clearly thought out.
I mean, these records were very, very well.
planned. With all that said, we can now
finally get into the lyrics of the song.
Actually, I'm just kidding. No lyrics yet
because did you hear that noise? Like,
what in the fuck is that? People were claiming
that this sound was from the V-12
liposuction machine, which was something that
Kendrick referenced on Euphoria, but when you
really listen to that machine in action,
it doesn't sound like this at all.
And the main reason why this video
took so long is because I got
extremely subject stuck on
finding out what the sound was. First, I
thought that it could be a money counter.
I thought maybe it's a lie detector test.
Then I was thinking it was one of those old 16-mill projectors.
Then I was thinking maybe it could be a life support machine.
I was manipulating an equalizer, changing the pitch, adding plug-ins,
still couldn't narrow it down.
And if it wasn't for my girlfriend, I would probably still be doing it right now
because she had to tell me, Matt, it's time to move on.
It drove me crazy because there's no way to Kendrick's looping that sound for as long as he did.
And it means nothing.
It means something.
and Drake's probably the only one who's going to pick up on it.
However, something I do feel fairly confident about
is that if you really listen to the beat closely,
Kendrick chooses to chop up the Al Green sample
and loops it so that it sounds like he's saying,
Boy Wanda.
Now, you've got to remember,
this track is in response to the push-ups record,
where Drake sampled the drop from Who Kid.
And as we know now,
this drop turned out to have a hidden message
that flew over all of our heads,
as Drake will later announce that Kendrick's child might not be his.
And for that reason, I feel like it's on this track where Kendrick is using one of Drake's close producers to also send some sort of message.
By using this little sample, I feel like Kendrick is trying to get inside Drake's head to cast doubt on who the mole could be in his camp.
Drake commonly refers to himself as the boy, and in this case, I think Kendrick is asking Drake to think.
Kendrick got the boy wondering.
Like, I wonder who's leaking all my info.
I wonder who's the mole.
Like, boy, I wonder who's doing all this shit.
So right off, Rewksinghers.
trip, Kendrick references Drake's track Survival.
Now, survival came at a time when Drake was fresh off his loss from Pusha T, and he was
still heavily beefing with Pusha and Kanye at this time.
As you guys remember, Drake allegedly had a career-ending red-button disc for Pusha and Kanye,
but he held it back and it's on the survival track where he appears to make mention to
wanting to drop it.
So Drake leaves a blank in this record, and it's up to the listener to interpret what this
could mean.
But the way did I see it, he was either talking about putting a hit on Pusha and Kanye, or he just really wanted to drop that track, but it was so scathing that it was unsettling for him to even think about where he was about to go with it.
Simply because it crossed the line of music.
Either way, the common denominator in this case with respect to Kendrick is the fact that Drake is now saying the exact same thing to him.
Again, Drake is making claims that he has some lethal secret threatening to drop it.
However, Kendrick's own senses are.
telling him that Drake is lying as he claims that he thinks, smells, and sees the bullshit
coming, and just like the alleged hell-back push of this, Kendrick claims he sees no fire.
I feel like he's saying, you were bullshitting then, now you're trying to pull the same
stunt again, you're full of it.
Offright, Sunseeker, hat the marina.
Fuck a phantom.
I like to buy yikes when I get the fever.
So right away here, any season Drake fan will tell you that when it comes to timestamp
records, Kendrick is clearly matching Drake's subject matter stylistically.
But here's the thing,
Calabacus is Roe Wondah,
Sunshining, wax tires.
But here's the thing,
I don't think Kendrick's rapping
from his own perspective here at all.
I think he's rapping as if he were Drake.
Kendrick ended off the Buried Alive verse
speaking in the perspective of Drake,
and I feel he's now circling back
to do that again.
So, rapping into perspective of Drake,
he says off-white sunseeker.
Now, this would be in reference
to one of Drake's close friends,
Virgil,
who not only had the designer brand off white,
but also during a 22 Louis Vuitton fashion show,
the background music for that show
was an album by Tyler the creator called Sunseeker.
And this was Virgil's baby.
This was his show.
He directed it and rest of peace to Virgil.
Secondly, a sunseeker at the marina
is in reference to a company called Sunseeker,
which is a builder of luxury yachts.
But in the next line, things only get deeper.
In the second line, Kendrick, from the perspective of Drake,
claims that he's tired of buying phantoms
and now likes to buy yachts when he gets the fever.
First and foremost, you've got to think about this.
Kendrick does not rap about flaunting a lavish lifestyle.
He doesn't own a yacht.
He's not one for buying yacht.
This is just so far outside of the subject matter in his music and what he represents.
And that is because he is rapping as if he were Drake.
I don't believe that this first chunk of the verse is from Kendrick's perspective at all.
A Phantom is a model of car from Rolls-Royce that Drake not only owns multiple variations of,
but he's mentioned a Phantom in at least 10 different tracks over the years.
maybe even more now i'm in the rose with illuminated angel all my rose works got a different body
facts for the white ghost now shit it's getting spooky leg hanging out the phantom
as if the phantom is no longer scratching the itch for drake he needs to go bigger which is exactly
what he did when he rented the ocean corral yacht in 2022 no one will say for sure how much
coral ocean is worth but i can tell you it's well north of a hundred million dollars when drake
rented this yacht he was going all over the place like he was traveling everywhere now here's where
things take a turn and get a lot darker.
Following up on his previous line about yachts,
he claims that he likes to buy yachts when he gets the fever,
and the fever is another builder of luxury yachts.
This is where it goes left.
The Sun Seeker has another line of yachts called The Predator,
and as we know, Drake has a song called Teenage Fever.
Now, where it gets crazy is when we look at Drake's relationship with Millie Bobby Brown.
Here she is with Drake on a yacht at the young age of 13.
This photo was taken in 2017, shortly after his...
Moore Life album dropped which had the track Teenage Fever and coincidentally enough
the media was categorizing the more life album as yacht rap now to put the
cherry on top where was this picture taken at a marina think about it Sunseeker
has a yacht called a predator Drake's more life album was being called yacht rap it had
a track called Teenage Fever he's with a 13 year old girl on a yacht and in this
pitcher they're at a marina this is not a coincidence at all it's not and
Kendrick drops plenty of little clues here just in how he pronounced
certain words, and if you pay attention to how he says, I like to buy yachts,
he's actually making a reference to Dubai Yachts.
Fuck a phantom, I like to buy Yats when I get the fever.
Is there more of life than going on trips to Dubai? Yachts on the 4th of July.
And back in 2015, Drake was very happy to announce that he was on a yacht in Dubai.
And if you're familiar with Kendrick's catalog, you'll know that he does shit like this a lot in his writing.
So again, Kendrick is rapping as if he were Drake.
Not only does Kendrick hardly ever drink, but when he does,
drink, it's exclusively wine.
Yeah, I drink a little bit. What should you prefer beverage?
Just wine.
Now, there is a huge difference
in wine and wine coolers.
Most men do not drink wine coolers.
I'm talking about fruity drinks with soda
and tons of sugar. Kendrick uses
little keywords like this to let the listener
know that this is not his life
we're talking about. Kendrick's not drinking wine coolers,
guys. Drake is the guy that
loves wine coolers. That's pretty much all he drinks.
And what's even more interesting is how wine coolers
became his beverage of choice
in the first place.
Were you drinking white wine spritzer?
I was. That's my drink of choice.
It's basically my mother had a friend who I was always sort of like infatuated with.
We used to go to her house and be poolside and she used to like fill up a white wine spritzer
and she would like casually slide it and leave it there and then she just show up with another
one and I always felt like she was trying to send me a message.
So I've kept that a consistent theme.
Of course she was trying to send that's completely inappropriate.
How old were you?
I don't know like, I don't know, like 15.
So I've kept that a consistent theme.
And take a good guess at who else loves wine coolers.
Teenage girls, right?
And coincidentally enough, what respected this line,
a 17-year-old Madison beer attended Drake's Memorial Day party in 2016,
and she shared the following story.
I met him actually like two years ago at his Memorial Day party.
Funny thing about Drake is he drinks he drinks he drinks.
I was like, can we go to the bathroom in your room?
I was like, I just really don't want to wait on this line.
And he was like, yeah, of course.
And his girl had like a vodka cranberry or something in her hand,
and she tripped and fell and spilled all over Drake, like all over his white sweatsuit.
At this point in time, Madison had just turned.
17 two months prior and this only acts as further proof that Drake seems to allow much younger girls at his parties.
Madison claims that Drake loves wine coolers and then states that someone spilled a drink all over his white outfit.
Kendrick seems to have been gathering this information about Drake for a very long time.
And on this track, I feel like he's sending subtle reminders that most of us wouldn't catch.
Fun fact though, his house that he has, he has a bathtub that is literally the size of this room.
It's gigantic and so dope.
I was like sitting in it.
I was like, can I just lay here and like chill?
I even found some footage of this exact Drake Memorial Day party where you can tell that the women in attendance, to me, don't really look like grown women.
I mean, come on, guys.
Like, I'm a fair man, but like, I'm not even assuming here.
Like, these are clearly teenagers, right?
And when he talks about wine coolers, he's talking about shit like this.
Following up on the previous line, Kendrick writes for Drake by calling himself a sightseer, which is exactly what Drake was doing in 2022 when he rented that $50 million yacht.
Here he is in St. Bart's at a New Year's Eve yacht party.
and what we can easily conclude about this party is that teenage girls were definitely in attendance because there's clear evidence of this happening.
I got back from St. Bart's on Monday.
Basically it was an after party that we got invited to.
It was on the Vava.
So many cool people there.
We talked with Drake for a little bit.
This girl was born on February 5th, 2004, which would mean she was only 17 years old during this yacht party.
I was just in St. Bart's with Drake and that 150 sleeper models in it.
And I think that Kendrick knows something about these parties.
I do.
In the second line, Kendrick says trifecta, money, morals, and culture, that's my leisure.
And again, this has nothing to do with Kendrick as he continues to wrap as Drake here.
First off, the definition of a trifecta pertains to gambling on horses, where to win, you need to guess the three winning horses in order.
That means that in the case of this line, money would come first, morals would come second, and culture will be last.
This is how we can easily rule Kendrick's own perspective out, as money is definitely not his first.
priority again as little things like this where it's clear to me that he's not
rapping from his own perspective here really money really don't make me I'm
learning that now you know that's not really my my peace of mind having money in
the case of the line as it pertains to Drake money is seemingly at the forefront of
everything that he does he's willing to put aside morals and culture to get it
this explains why morals and culture come in second and third place within the
trifecta at the end of the day those two things will never really matter
for Drake as money will always dictate his
every move regardless. So I mean when we look at a trifecta by definition, like what it means,
the line makes literally no sense pertaining to Kendrick.
Once again, I'm not sure how this would ever pertain to Kendrick as he never raps about shit
like this and there's no documented proof that he has ever been to Abiza. Not only that,
Abiza is known as the party capital of Europe, which doesn't really seem to be a place that
fits into his lifestyle. When we look at how Kendrick structured and set up this first verse,
it only makes sense from Drake's perspective as he was in a
Ibiza on that exact same yacht and Drake has referenced Abiza in his music many many times
grab out Lisa bring it to Abiza a bill any Beez and so what she took dick in the Beza
we went to a visa and this whole infatuation with it with Abiza for Drake this is new he never
talked about it before in his music it's only these recent years where he's been bringing it up a lot
it's almost like Abiza has become Drake's new favorite hub and if you listen to how Kendrick
enunciates this line that's exactly what he says that's your hub and Abiza and I don't know why
Drake loves a visa so much, but maybe Kendrick does.
And again, in very recent times, Drake referenced a tatted passport in his music.
So this all ties and flows perfectly together in reference to Drake and how he lives his life,
and given the fact that Kendrick rapped from Drake's perspective on Buried Alive,
and this track is called 616 in L.A., which was a date that they first met and the concept
of that record, Kendrick is doing the same here.
And the concept of the Buried Alive track is just as important for Family Matters, which we are doing next.
Kendrick continues to replicate the subject matter that Drake showcases on these timestamp records.
If you heard Drake say a line like this straight from his mouth, you wouldn't second guess it as it fits perfectly into the style of his pen.
Eat it like I'm seated at Swiss salt or your souls.
Catering is from Georgiope Barth Robbins favorite.
He nailed it.
It is bang on how Drake raps on these tracks.
Bang on.
It's just the way he announced he eats shit.
It's very cryptically.
He doesn't even say pizza.
He says pizza.
Just to book me some pizza.
And book me some pizza is weird too.
Like, there's shit in here that Drake is only going to get.
And on euphoria, I remember, Kendrick said that he hates the way that Drake sneak dis as people.
I hate the way that you sneak this.
If I catch your flight, it's going to be direct.
And what Kendrick means by that is Drake will dis someone and only his intended target will pick up on it.
And due to the fact that Kendrick is mirroring his style and writing from Drake's perspective on a timestamp titled record,
this first verse is riddled with shots at Drake that only he understands.
That's why the beginning of his record doesn't even sound like a diss.
Because he's writing in the style of Drake.
There's no clear shots to us, but he's dissing Drake the way that Drake disses.
And because Drake has been at this pizzeria in Brooklyn before,
it's pretty good.
This is just another clue that Kendrick has given us that he's writing this verse from Drake's perspective.
And now we get to the point where I feel Kendrick does indeed switch perspectives back to himself,
as it's at this moment where he starts to sing.
and when you think about Drake's time stamp records,
he doesn't really sing on those tracks at all.
Now, I saw that people tried to paint this line
as if Kendrick was conflicted on whether or not
he should go to war with Drake,
but honestly, Kendrick has wanted this battle with Drake
for a very long time.
I don't think he's conflicted about the war itself,
but he knows where he's about to go with this thing,
and he's more or less confessing to God
before he even puts his plan into action.
Kendrick knows he's about to go on attack,
likely committing multiple sins,
which will need forgiveness from God.
If you pay attention to the way he delivers these lyrics,
he's deliberately singing in a very ugly, offbeat,
non-sonically pleasing way.
This singing star reflects Kendrick's internal chaos.
He's holding some guilt as a dark side of him is about to emerge.
It's like he's saying, like, I'm sorry God, like ahead of time.
I'm sorry, but I got to do this.
There's opportunity when living with loss.
I discover myself would not for sure.
Some people thought that this meant Kendrick was worried about losing to Drake, and if he did, he learned something from it.
But I don't think Kendrick even considered the possibility of losing this battle.
I mean, let's be real here, he had this whole thing mapped out.
I believe even at this point, he knew he had a winning strategy.
Like, he knew he was going to win this thing.
I feel that Kendrick knows that he's about to unleash a beast that we haven't seen before,
and he's hinting at an internal struggle.
When you think about it, Kendrick doesn't have any music in his catalog that resembles the subject matter on these disc tracks.
I think the loss that he's talking about is he's about to lose control of himself, right?
He's about to lose, he's about to go against everything he stands for, like his faith.
However, being a man of God, he knows that the Lord will forgive him, and he knows that going through with this thing will offer an opportunity for even more growth.
So a fallen sky.
616 is like a really good song.
It's just, I think it was dropped almost to be diametrically opposed to like Taylor Made FreeSalle, which I think,
we're all going to just forget even though I don't think neither are bad tracks it's just in the history and the impact of things yeah we focus on the other records but 616 is really good
sky is basically an aftermath of a disaster and it's here where kendrick is daydreaming about the results of the war he dreams of jumping planets and become immortalized as he's fantasizing about how a victory over drake would cement his name in the hip-hop history books and kendrick's a rapper's rapper rapper he's a hip-hop hip-hop guy and a lot of our legends had
had beefs, right? So I'm sure he's thought about adding the beef to his resume. He had to.
These thoughts are so strong for Kendrick that they overpower his own faith, and it's here
where he really decides that he needs to go through with it. He truly confirms this when he
says, I correspond, meaning he needs to fulfill this fantasy. So I feel like he's daydreaming about
like destroying Drake and getting him out of here and how that'll feel. And then he snaps
out of it. And he says to himself, I got to do this. I got to go through with it. I correspond.
Kendrick claims that he has three angels watching them. And for anyone who's
familiar with Christianity, you will be well aware of Michael, Gabriel, and Raphael.
These are the three main angels chosen by God, and each angel represents something different.
Given the fact that Kendrick knows he's about to embark on a journey that's testing his faith,
he knows that these three angels are with them for guidance on the mission.
And guys, he pretty much confirms this by bringing up some of these angels later on in the track.
Outside of this biblical reference, in 2013, Kendrick lost three of his close friends,
Chad, Pup, and Braids.
He mentions these guys on multiple songs, but on a YG record,
He makes reference to all three of them.
From what I could gather, he was really close with all three of these young men,
so it's very possible that the three angels is with them is these guys too.
So coming off his euphoria disc, Kendrick painted Drake as a deadbeat dad.
Kendrick states that Drake is not instilling the same family values as he is,
and in this line he confirms that putting his kids to sleep with a prayer gives him 100% peace.
all he seems to need. With Drake's kid
is almost like he wants him to be just
as famous as he is, like the Kardashians
kids or something, right? Where they're all, he's all up
into interviews, he's in the music videos, he's all over social
media, whereas Kendrick, you know,
you're hard pressed to find even a photo of his kids.
It's just two different parenting styles, we can
say at a minimum.
Kendrick makes a reference to himself
as he moves with love, strong
morals, and integrity, and by lip...
All right, I think you get the majority
of it, right?
Roddy Rich actually did an interview recently
and he talked about hearing the not like us
record before it dropped.
With Teres Martin.
Yeah, man.
Competition with yourself and your work.
I felt like I had nothing at the same time, man.
Like I had a situation, whatever it may be
before you realize like, man, this ain't it.
Yeah.
This is, you know, yeah.
You know, you had these young producers that we're working with.
Come on.
You know what I'm saying?
So just being, you know,
saying no like no i listen because at some point man we think we know at all yes it's bigger than
just me man like if i can use my platform my albums to show and and just want to get better
every day i'm still yeah i'm still tripped out i'm just seeing i'm seeing three different walks at
the same time yeah man i can understand that that's three different walk three different yeah
yeah and and and the hand slaps and who was actually on stage and who in the audience you know what
what i'm saying get on this mic and i can tell people man fuck this place up you know what i'm saying
Or I can spew something in the streets that that feel.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And it could be, and like, I'm sorry.
Four.
But a lot of people aren't going to understand that because they're not where we're from.
Right.
Right.
Got you.
Got you from.
They think like that's like my.
Yeah.
Okay.
You know Pluto and Metro, them like, that's like my, you know.
Did you know what was coming?
Down my Mount Rushmore.
Got you know.
I knew it was coming.
We heard, you know.
Oh, that was for us.
Yeah.
I'm still tripped out.
Yeah.
I'm just seeing, I'm seeing three different walks at the same time.
Yeah, man.
And they can understand that.
That's three different wall, three different.
Yeah, and the hand slaps and who was actually on stage and who in the audience, you know what I'm saying?
Yeah, for those that know, we know what we had a chance to move.
You know, and then whatever somebody else got out of it, you got that.
That's beautiful, too.
That's cool.
That's beautiful.
But that was one of them ones.
When you first saw or when you first heard, like, and it's crazy because we say the Kendrick verse again.
You know what I'm saying?
When you first heard the Kendrick verse and you hear, you know, dot coming and you're like, okay.
What's going on here?
When you first got introduced to, like that.
Like that, okay.
You know, Pluto and Metro, them like, that's like mine, you know.
Did you know what was coming?
Down my Mount Rushmore.
Got it.
I knew it was coming.
We heard, you know, we talked.
So I knew it was coming.
I just didn't know what it was.
Right.
I didn't know what it was.
So, you know, we was at, I think we was at Larrabee when we listened to the futures album from front and back.
Was that verse on there?
Oh, yeah.
Okay.
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah.
So, you know, we listened to it and, and we knew we had to strap up boots.
Right.
And then we see the back and forth.
you know what I'm saying?
And did you enjoy, and not enjoy, like, oh, we're getting it.
But did you understand what that was when it was with Drake and when it was with Kendrick?
Did you know, like, okay, there's something going on here?
There's a movement.
What it was for hip-hop, man, you had two of the biggest guys, you know, getting in the ring and boxing.
You know, real sports shit, you know what I mean?
And I think it was beautiful for the culture.
Yeah.
I think it was beautiful for we never had that.
You know what I mean?
I mean, not never, but we didn't have that in recent years.
Yeah.
In recent years, and we haven't had it like that.
You know what I'm saying?
Yeah, you know.
No pun.
It just felt a little different.
And you had two people that's on top of the game, on top of the world.
You know what I'm saying?
And whatever you call it, the sport, hip-hop being competitive.
You know, you saw it go back and forth.
I've seen it get real crazy before back in the past.
Right.
And then you just went, you know, it's beautiful.
Yeah.
It's beautiful.
Yeah, hello.
Yeah, it's beautiful.
Yeah, hey, man.
And then when you saw what it,
what we had a chance to witness at the forum.
You know, you couldn't pin that.
You couldn't write that.
That wasn't a movie.
That was a documentary.
You couldn't write that.
That was just life, bro.
And just to be there, it felt, it felt amazing.
And now you're about to do, are you ready for this whole run again?
You know, because you're expecting, we had a chance to talk off air.
You're expecting.
Right, right, right.
And not only expecting, you know, the coming of Navy, the album, but, you know, your child.
So you got a lot of work personally.
yeah so so it looked like they were playing that um the future album future metro album for a lot of people
um yeah i mean like honestly you know none of this changes the outcome of the shit you know i mean
i guess you just give you more context um i mean i always i heard that uh what you called again
the record so i don't even know i don't even know if like drake and um what's the name
have the best relationship i know they're not being you know they're not being you know
Like say like Roddy Rich I always heard that you see that record that got leaked
I heard Roddy wanted to put out that record you remember this record?
Drake Roddy Rich remember this record?
What's that record called?
Yeah, this.
Hey, this yeah my depression.
Is it this?
And nothing else.
It's another record.
That's another record they had.
What is it called?
I forgot what it was called.
is Drake and Roddy Rich
Is it this?
Oh, in the cut.
I think it was in the cut.
That's what it's called.
Yeah.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
This is it.
Why does I have like a different beat?
Yeah.
With whatever.
Yeah, yeah.
Anyway.
Yeah, no, no.
So I had heard which, you know, like, this is artist shit.
I heard that Roddy wanted this track out.
Drake's demeanor was like, yo, bro, the song leaked.
Like, yo, let's cook up another.
And I don't know if they never locked back in or whatever.
But, you know, that was a little discrepancy right there, right?
You know, it was like, yo, bro probably needed a track.
That could have been like his next hit.
If Drake is not trying to approve the track, go out.
You know what I mean?
Because I don't know, maybe that's just Drake's thing.
It's like, yo, the track leaked.
Like, yeah, let's not do it.
Like, fuck that track.
Let's do another track.
You know what I mean?
Shit, who knows?
I don't think Roddy cared that much.
I think Roddy was mostly on stage for some West Coast shit.
But if it was anything that would ever, you know,
I don't think they got no issues like that.
Honestly.
Honestly.
But things like that happen all the time where, like, a record gets leaked.
I mean, like, shit, think about the Smiley record, right?
The Prada and Gucci,
they don't go together, right?
Like, there was that, that, um, uh, organization song that kind of got leaked.
And Drake never had them put it out.
What Drake did was just cook up another record and give it to the Smiley.
So, I don't know.
I don't think it's that big of a deal.
And actually, you know what I mean, like, again,
what listening to that from Roddy told me was that pretty much,
I think a lot of people in the industry knew this was coming.
think his choice of words was probably wrong though it's probably bad because he says yo when we
heard pluto's album which is pretty much yo you hear kendrick diss and drake yo yo we knew it was
time to strap up like no no no no you're making it seem like now you're picking a side which
i don't think roddy or maybe i could be wrong i don't think roddy cares that much to be picking
aside i think ronty would want to generally just go with whatever helps his career he's not going
to go against the West Coast for show.
But, you know, it is what it is.
It is what it is.
All right.
What else is going on?
Let me talk about some stuff.
Did I see, I mean, you know, I'm not even thinking that most of these people,
when you guys see people turning up to these songs or like on stage with Drake or whatever,
or on stage with Kendrick or, you know, turn it up to not like us,
you think that they're sending a message that they don't like Drake or maybe they just like the song, right?
For example, Kodat Black, not like us.
Like, he was dancing to the record recently, right?
I got to imagine that.
I think a lot of people just turn up to this song because it's hot.
You know what I mean?
Like, I don't think, do you think this song is lasting because it's catchy?
Or do you think because it, you know, it's a drake-dis or you think it's the message in it?
because you know what I mean like
even if you look at the
the show right
actually nobody gives a fuck
right like it's a hot song
yeah nobody cares nobody cares
no I was just saying like
I think there's an angle where if people
like if the message is to be evaluated
you start looking at artists
and you start realizing
I don't know if they're the right
people to be like sitting there
you know what I mean co-sign these
these type of things right like for example
like Dr. Dre comes out
and then
you have this song that's seemingly on some moral high ground,
but Dr. Dre has a whole pass, which nobody needs to bring up.
But I think people just like the catchy song, man.
This shit makes you dance.
That's what it is.
I think maybe that's what it is.
Kodak loves to dance.
Yeah, it ain't that serious, right?
Yeah.
I think the songs is a good song to dance to.
I think the song to dance to.
You better not ever go to sell black one
Any bitch that talk to him and they in love
Even when Chris Brown was dancing to it
I don't think Chris Brown don't fuck with Drake
Make sure you hot your little sister follow
Show me what you got
Now show me what you got
Now show me what you got
And Baca got a weird case
Why I see a right
So the five lover boys
Certify pedophiles
Wack Wack Wack
That fuck him up
Yeah so
Do my stuff
Why you're choking like a bitch ain't you tired
I'm trying to strike a cord
And it's probably a minor
Kodak lost a lot of weight, by the way.
Yeah, he did lose a lot of weight.
Or maybe I'm just out of touch.
It looks like he's been skinny for a while.
Like, he fluctuates and weight a lot.
Okay.
All right.
Oh, boy.
Oh, yo, look at, yo, my man, Rick Ross ain't going out like that.
Ross reacted to Drake posting under his comments section where Rick Ross made Mama Tia Kemp.
She said, Drake!
And Drake says, my goat.
And he's replying to her.
And of course,
Ross says,
the Pito versus Granny.
And he at Drake.
Yo, bro,
have y'all gotten to the realization that we'll never get another record from these two?
Like, yo,
it's just going too far.
It's too deep at this point.
It's gone too far.
We'll never get another record from them.
Like, it's just really going too far.
Maybe I got recency bias, but, but, but, like, I feel like this shit is just way worse and has gone way too far even beyond, like, the push of tea stuff.
And now some people are going to mention the like, oh, well, you piece it up with meek.
I think this is like 20 levels deeper, right?
By the way, Rick Cross the baby mama got on live after the video leaked and she reacted.
This is what she said.
Man, Will, they swung on your fat ass.
You snud your fat ass back, man, your scary ass.
You bitch had scary ass snub back.
Bitch, I'm looking good, not from this angle.
Like that bitch got back, man.
He tried to, oh, they picking the shit out that secure.
They fucking his fat ass up.

Let me see
What else did I not talk about today
You're pushing about five and a half hours
I'm tired of talking about Kendrick and Drake
Bro, I'm just so sick of it, bro
I'm literally just sick of talking about Kendrick and Drake
Yo, you guys just give me some new topics
Bro
Give me some new topics
I'm tired of talking about Kendrick and Drake
Like literally bro
Fulio is not still alive man
Go back to that Drake video
Y'all was enjoying that?
I mean, we could watch the rest of it
There's a video of them pressing Pop Smoke's Killer
wait
Megan Meg the Stalian did a
Shannon Sharp interview
Oh she didn't talk about Tori at all
I grew up listening to I must be
Because I feel like there's nothing wrong
With getting suggestions
When my mom was alive
My mama and me used to go back and forth
I do
If I ain't in the car you don't see the car
It again and I'm like what
Why you don't hear me?
Like I'm speaking very clearly
Oh shit don't talk about Tori
All right next
So yeah pop smokes killers
supposedly got pressed
this is a fucking kid
I bet you're somebody
nigga, nigga
all right,
let me see what I can find
the better content
So apparently
There's this whole thing about
Who's gonna interview
Pop Smoke's killer
But I can't do nothing about it
It looks like Adam is putting that into motion
Between Adam, Vlad and some other people
They're gonna interview him
I guess
some people are still are interested in like what happened um i guess that comes that with the with the
sacrifice of platforming this kid and you know he's probably going to take this and run with it and get
some type of career anyway he i guess he was he's been talking to people trying to have some type of
i don't know like negotiation for them to go on a stream um or go on like interviews with them and
essentially,
let me say.
Gina.
I got a couple people I got to add up here
and we're going to figure this right out.
Hold on.
What's say that out of?
Y'all just say that over here, y'all.
Yo?
That's him right there?
Yeah, that's, yeah.
Yeah.
Whoa, yo, bro, you want to enter.
I don't know if you introduce yourself
as you on a New York side now.
I'm a player.
No, I ain't even going to do that.
First of all,
I'm gonna start respectful rest and piece of pops smoke my son passed and he
it's real fast you nigger I hope you die for a little nigger I hope you

First of foremost, they're going crazy in the comments right now.
Yeah, I see.
Tell them, you don't, you don't fuck your dick.
That nigg is mad that that man got backed door by their own men.
Suck my dick.
Get pavio here.
Let me, let me act for the people that's here.
So, out there and call it.
Wait, what?
Oh, he got out of.
He's got out of it.
I'm a mistake.
Yeah, killed Pop smoke.
Blame it on wolf, blame it on Big Joe,
and blame it on the only 100 clocks.
Tell me that he did it
Okay, this is just like a lot of goofiness
Yeah, but apparently
He is gonna get an interview somewhere
Hmm, I'm trying to see
Oh man, son
Everybody got a million questions
I'm not gonna lie
Let's see
Everybody got a minute
We're about to figure this right out
Hold on, I got a couple people
I got an ad up here
Hold on
I got a couple people.
I got an out of here.
I'm good off of that.
All right.
I already talked about AJ and Neon 616 in review.
Let's go back to that until you, I give me a stronger topic.
Where's a 616 in review?
We only have about like 10 minutes on it anyway, I think.
We watch pretty much most of it.
By living this way, he feels unstoppable.
In contrast, as we heard on Euphoria,
he doesn't feel like Drake has.
the same values at all. So in Kendrick's mind, this is like a battle of good versus evil.
So Kendrick refers to someone by the name of Estelle. Now it's not 100% confirm,
but this appears to be his grandmother and when claiming that she covers his heart, he's alluding
to her offering him protection. And I really tried to confirm who she is in relation to
Kendrick. I went through his family tree or I tried to. Very private. Like Drake's family tree,
you can trace back to the 1800s, but Kendrick's is on lock and key.
Like, there's nothing there.
But when it comes to Estelle, he's mentioned her before.
There's also the fact that during Coachella, he had her name on his custom boots,
where it clearly reads Estelle Oliver, Estelle Oliver on his mother's side.
So I believe this is his grandmother.
Kendrick appears to be reminiscing.
on a simpler time. When he first picked up the pen, he didn't have much to prove, but it also
seems like he didn't have a lot of confidence. It suggested in the previous line that Estelle helped
open him up, possibly helping him come out of his shell. And by all accounts, he was a very
shy child, which really isn't that uncommon for these artsy type of kids. Like, they tend to be more
withdrawn, right? And Kendrick himself once shared a story of just how shy he was. There was a
math question that I knew the answer to, but I was too scared to say it, and then this little
chick said the answer, and it was the right answer, my answer. That bothers me still to this day
being scared of failure. And from his past lyrics, we know that his grandmother had a huge
impact on the entire family. Ever since grandma died, everyone parted in ways, argue on holidays.
He even said that all those Grammys that he won, when he won all those in a row,
he said those are all at her house.
My seven trophies and said my grannies and heaven sums. And he did say, when he did say,
she passed away he was a he was heartbroken so when i said i get some join for my grace that's my
baby when she died my heart broke her anyway so when he was younger it seems clear that this woman
had a huge impact on his life i know this type of power has gone cost but i live in circadian rhythms
of a shooting star kentrick recognizes that he's asking a lot from the lord while on this journey
earlier in the verse we heard him dream about becoming immortalized he understands that the type of power
that God is blessed them with comes with a cost and to me this first part of the verse here has a lot of references to God and religion and in terms of Christianity a shooting star means that God is with you he's guiding you now as far as the circadian rhythm line let's look at this piece by piece a circadian rhythm is the internal process in the human body that regulates when you sleep and when you wake up and it's all linked to the earth's rotation
Now, a shooting star is a streak of light in the sky caused by a meteoroid burning up as it enters into the Earth's atmosphere.
It's very fast, but a brilliant phenomenon.
By combining these ideas, Kendrick could be suggesting that like a shooting star, his life or moments in his life are intense but fast.
Plenty of meteoroids remain in space, and only some are destined to enter the Earth's atmosphere and become shooting.
shooting stars.
Kendrick doesn't want to be another rock floating through space.
He wants to make a lasting impact with his art, but he recognizes that he has a limited time
on Earth to make this happen.
He lives by his own rhythm, one that is unique compared to the typical predictable cycles
most people experience.
The life that he lives has intense, brilliant moments that stand out against the regular circadian
rhythm.
off his previous line, this likely reflects his own impact on culture where his presence
is powerful and influential.
Coming off the last line, Kendrick dishes out a triple entendre.
Firstly, he refers to Raphael Urbino, a famous Italian artist who is ironically one of the
big three artists that is responsible for curating a style of European art called mannerism.
Secondly, Kendrick is talking about Raphael
the angel, which was one of the three angels that was referenced earlier, and Raphael is known for being a protector and healer.
Lastly, Kendrick pulls qualities from both Raphael's by one, providing people with genuine art, in this case music, and two, his music acts as therapy for a lot of people and helps to heal them.
And of course, last but not least, and this one went over everyone's heads, Raphael the Ninja Turtle.
I'm fucking with you guys, I made that one up.
He's just my favorite turtle, so I took the opportunity to get him in there.
Where did they come up with this stuff?
But the industry's cooked as I picked the carcass apart.
So I look at this line very different from everyone else, and I'm not saying I'm right, but just hear me out.
Kendrick says that the industry is cooked, and what I think he means by this is that the industry is a facade.
Record labels are cooking the books and inflating the numbers.
These labels are desperate and will do anything to give the illusion that they're,
their product is in high demand.
By picking the carcass apart,
I feel Kendrick is alluding to exposing
even more industry secrets
as we heard exactly how
we felt about it on Euphoria.
And I think what I'm saying makes even more
sense on the next line.
So many people have
accused academics of being
on Drake's payroll and being
on the record labels payroll.
Now, it's no secret that record labels have been working with influencers, podcasters, streamers, and TikTok dancers to help with sales.
However, it's even beyond sales because some of these guys like Aidan Ross and Kai Sinette seriously have the power to shape how an artist is perceived.
Drake is UMG's golden boy and I feel like Kendrick is insinuating that much like how they cook the books for their artist,
The industry is crooked and manipulative, and they'll throw as many resources at this thing as possible to protect Drake's name.
Let's peel the layers back.
It's here where Kendrick appears to be threatening to expose more of these secrets as he plans to peel the layers back,
which is something that pushes said to Drake during their beef.
We just going to peel it back layer by layer.
Now, I've been watching academics from the very beginning, and he's a well-documented Drake superfan.
think he just loves Drake. It's his favorite artist. I don't think he's paid off or anything.
I just think he's a massive Drake fan.
Kendrick makes reference to Drake's trolling antics from earlier on in the beef.
Shortly after dropping the push-ups track, Drake decided to antagonize Kendrick's manager,
aunt by posting two pitchers. Kendrick continues to paint Drake as the bad guy and bully in the
situation by insinuating that Drake is picking easy targets.
Aunt is not a rapper and isn't known for causing issues with anyone.
And because Kendrick is close with Ant, he's a good person to defend him.
And remember on Euphoria, Kendrick said that he would inherit the beef for Farrell,
who by all accounts, I believe, is a pretty good dude.
So coming off the last line about messing with good people, Kendrick references Drake's
bullying tactics against the weekend's manager cash.
A lot of people thought that cash could have been the mole that was feeding Kendrick information,
but he confirms here that this is not the source of the leak.
But I think the line actually works in another way also.
Conspiracies about Cash Dog also perfectly ties into Drake's claims about Kendrick and Top Dog
where Drake stated on push-ups that the label was extorting Kendrick and taking 50% of the profit.
need you to think.
Kendrick really starts to play with Drake's head as he's asking Drake to think a little bit harder
about who the mole could be.
He makes a reference to Cash Doll who was once robbed for 500,000 in jewelry.
It would make a lot more sense if we could find out that it was someone close to Cash Doll
that took this jewelry.
But in order to do that, someone would need to watch all of our interviews.
It was around the time I lost a whole jury box full of jewelry in L.A.
Somebody stole it from me.
Oh, I remember that.
You went right.
Yep.
And it hurt it.
It hurt it.
Because you didn't lose it.
Somebody took it.
Yes.
Somebody stole it.
So that's somebody you trusted.
Yeah.
But it's not just about the items too, right?
It's also about the people that you have around you because that's also a warning call.
So Kendrick has clearly been paying attention.
And the fact that it was someone inner circle that had a hand and taken his jewelry,
this line just gained even more depth.
Tough line.
You gotta say, it is.
Now, I don't want to feed too much into this Ebony Prince character from Twitter,
but it is definitely interesting given the fact that he posted a bunch of jewelry
and proof of receipts of alleged jewelry that Drake purchased.
So, I mean, this could very well be in reference to all that.
No one can confirm. It's all really weird.
Kendrick continues to turn up the heat and references his lyrics from Euphoria.
Have you ever played? Have you ever okay nigger let's play.
Now he really starts to mess with Drake's head.
Have you ever thought that OVO is working for me?
Kendrick cleverly attempts to make Drake question all those around him
by suggesting that someone close to him is not really on his side.
Fake bully I hate bullies you must be a terrible person.
Everyone inside your team is whispering that you deserve it.
So pretty self-explanatory. Kendrick continues to paint Drake as the bad guy
and implies that even his own team are preying on his downfall claiming that he deserves everything that's coming
can't tussie slide a body this one is just gonna resurface kendrick references drake's number one smash
to see slide this was a track that had everyone dancing during the summer of 2020
which is something that drake is really good at doing now tussie slide
conveniently dropped just three months after a video surfaced of Drake where he's kissing
a 17 year old girl on stage. The clip took the internet by storm as Drake already had a pass
that raised a lot of eyebrows and it was just five months before that where Drake paid 350k to
a S-A case which was something that Kendrick referenced on Euphoria.
Have you ever paid 500,000 like to an open case? These were big stories at the time, like
A lot of people talked about this shit.
It was not a good look for Drake, so he drops this massive hit.
And of course, that helps dead in the noise, right?
However, when it comes to this beef, Kendrick seems to be saying that even if Drake pumps out another big hit,
the damage that he's about to inflict in this war will never be forgotten.
No matter what Drake says or does, he's not going to get away from what Kendrick's about to do.
I mean, this is probably true.
Not like us is a was a number one record.
Look what he was saying on there.
Drake couldn't even get away from the ghostwriter's shit.
This news stop's pretty heavy.
It's going to be hard to shake.
It was fun until you start to put money in the streets.
They lost money because they came back with no receipts.
Kendrick insinuates that Drake is paying people to find dirt on them.
Now, Kendrick, who lives a very low-key in private life,
claims that Drake wasted his money since there's no dirt to be found.
And it's also clever because, you know, you can't get your money back from a store
without the receipt.
I'm sorry that I live a war in life.
I love peace, but war ready if the world is ready to see him bleed.
Kendra claims that the world is ready to see him take Drake's head off, and when we think
about this beef, it seems like this was really the case.
Kanye even said that all the rappers were excited to eliminate Drake and everyone from the
casual hip-hop fan, the people that didn't even listen to the genre were chiming in to
tear Drake down.
I mean, it was at the point where people were hating
on Drake and they didn't even know why.
Like, they'd be like, I'm a fucking metal head, but fuck Drake.
So the word Elahim can actually be found in the scripture of multiple religions.
In Christianity, it can be found in the Old Testament and in Judaism it's used in the Hebrew
Bible.
However, in both religions, it's recognized as a word for God.
Kendrick could be using this here as a word of common ground between the two religions to state
that regardless of the faith, he is the God.
And in the exact same context, he uses this word on family ties, which is a record that I
always thought was full of shots at Drake.
The Elohim, the rebirth, before you get to the father, you got to holly at me first, bitch.
Now, the KTW thing is cryptic as it gets.
Like, I cannot figure it out.
I look for days and days.
None of the theories that I saw make sense to me.
I think it's something that only Drake is going to understand.
but if one of you guys know or you think you know, leave it in the comments.
It drove me crazy.
Kendrick continues with the mental gymnastics.
He paints Drake as someone that is tossing and turning to figure out who the mole could be in his camp.
He does this by referencing a wire in his circle, which is something that rats will wear when gathering information for the feds.
And this is going over all of our heads because clearly the line is layered.
There's something there.
It's very eerie.
It's very cryptic.
There's something we're missing.
Kendrick comes in with a bit of a cultural reference here.
Drake isn't from the streets, but over the years has surrounded himself with street people.
It's not uncommon in hip-hop for a rapper to have an entourage of people who are only around for their own benefit.
So Kendrick's saying, like, Drake is so ignorant that he believes that these guys.
really like them when they're just using them and Kendrick's a little wiser to it like he's seen
this play before.
Kendrick makes reference to the people on Drake's payroll.
Now, this could be a reference to anything from the people assigned to his label, the team of
writers that he's employed, streamers like Aiden Ross or Kai, his mob ties connection with Jay
or any of the other street connections that he may have established over the years.
And he's saying 20% of these guys want you out of here.
They want you gone.
And one of them is actually next to you and two of them is practically tired of your lifestyle.
Just don't got the audacity to tell you.
Now I'll be honest, guys, I'm not going to sit here and pretend to know who Kendrick's talking about here.
Is it 21 Savage?
Is it 40?
Is it Yadi?
Is it Chubbs?
Who really knows?
It does seem very specific.
And Kendrick says this with such conviction.
But at the same time, this could also just be a war tactic.
to get inside Drake's head even further
to make him question absolutely anyone that's close to him.
It's a crazy angle,
but no one knows for sure who he's talking about.
Coming off the last line
where Kendrick claimed that people close to Drake
don't have the heart to tell him the truth,
Kendrick claims that he's about to give some advice to Drake
as he can see through his dirty propaganda
and suggest that it's going to blow up in his face.
This could be in reference to the narratives that Drake has been planting
about his failed relationship with Whitney,
the 50-50 split rumors with TDE,
using streamers like Aiden and Kai to help with public perception,
or cooking the numbers.
So remember what I mentioned earlier
about Kendrick's thoughts on the music industry
when it comes to cooking the numbers?
Popular influencer Zach Beah hosted a number.
online DJ's segment on his Instagram during COVID-19.
The show garnered a huge amount of traffic and he even premiered Drake's hit Tussie Slide.
It's about to be the hottest song in the world.
Song of the summer.
What Kendrick is trying to get across here is that Drake uses every resource imaginable
to manipulate the masses.
He drives this home even more with the reference to Drake using Twitter bots during the beef,
which is something else that he was accused of doing.
Kendra claims that what he's about to reveal about Drake
will be so extreme that all his old tactics won't work anymore.
This ties perfectly into what he said earlier
about not being able to tussie slide his way out of the situation
by using someone like Zach Bia for internet games.
Kendrick claims that Drake's Instagram memes
and the trolling that he was doing is losing steam,
which is 100% correct.
In hindsight, all the childish bullshit
that Drake was doing online
only made him look even more ridiculous
when this beef came to a close.
It really annoys me because when Drake went against Meek,
he was quiet. He let the music talk.
And now in this beef, he acted like Meek.
He had the Twitter fingers.
He was doing all these memes.
And it just made him look ridiculous.
So again, back to the streamers, influencers, podcasters, and media personalities, many said that UMG and Drake were paying these people off forcing opinions.
It's a little bit ridiculous.
I mean, even people were saying that I was paid off by Drake, tons of people.
It's like if anyone says anything good about them, they're on some sort of payroll.
Like maybe he's doing some things right.
Maybe some people agree with them.
You know what I mean?
It's time that you look around or who's around you
Before you figure that you're not alone
Ask what Mike would do
So in the first line
Kendrick is advising Drake to take a good look at his team
Assess the situation
And start questioning who's really loyal here
He then suggests that Drake is not alone
With his OVO team
Meaning that someone from outside
Is always present
I mean this whole planting seeds of doubt
In drag's brain about his crew
Is like a huge angle
in the latter part of this record.
To end things off, Kendrick tells Drake
to think about what Mike would do,
which is definitely a reference to Michael Jackson,
as he also quotes his song,
You're Not Alone.
What's even more interesting
is the fact that R. Kelly wrote this record for MJ,
and we all know about R. Kelly
and what he was into.
Another M.J. flip,
and again, this one is fire.
Finally, we also got to consider
that MJ's personal,
doctor, someone who he was obviously
close with, was proven
guilty in court of killing MJ
with a cocktail of medications.
So again, Drake
needs to be careful of who's around them
because they might just be responsible
for his downfall.
And I got to be honest with you guys, this record
was extremely difficult to break
down. It is very cryptic.
The way that it's written is mind-boggling.
I know I missed a lot of shit
because I know there's a lot of stuff
in here that Drake is only going to
get and no one else will okay yeah it's a pretty good video you know you guys should go get this
guy and stuff go give him a view shots my boy um um what's the dirt i think he's from canada as well
all right cool uh chat have you i've seen this so remember the whole might knock situation
uh guy who was with g unit i guess and um he apologized to meek mill right this is recently
after pretty much doubling down that meek mill you know i mean better you had to see him face to
face, he met up with one of Meek Mills Goons, Garcy, and then he filmed an apology video.
Now, 50 unfollowed him, and this is a video that 50 posted parody in the situation.
He says, now y'all got to see this.
He says, I'm a turkey burger.
This should get wild out here.
The caption says how ape gang Garcy and Mike Knox Convo really happened.
Come on, Gus, man.
I apologize, man.
I apologize, man.
My shit, I just got it.
I had a crew neck.
It's a V-neck.
Three, two, one.
So, man, we're right here with Darcy, man.
He ran up on me.
I mean, we ran into each other.
We had a serious conversation.
We talked about how I'm out of pocket.
I'm out of line.
I was disrespectful.
Right, the meek mail hay train and everything like that, man.
Oh, shit.
I just want to tell you, do not play with the chases or you will be chased.
That's one thing about it.
You guys are grown men and I'm a turkey burger.
And turkey burger, and turkey burger were extra turkey baking to be exact.
I can say that both you.
I should have called you.
I should have called Meek.
I should have called Rodder.
At this point, I should have called God.
I must have really lost my marbles fucking with you.
I just want to say, man, I apologize to you.
Man, you are standing up, dude.
You stand on business.
I apologize to Meek.
Meek, I apologize to you.
I'm sorry, man.
sincerely, I'm sorry.
You run your city from South Philly all the way back to Uptown.
I can say that exactly.
And I don't care how anybody feels about this.
I don't care about what you feel or how you think.
I'm telling these guys I apologize.
I apologize, man. Seriously, man. These guys are honorable, honorable men, man.
And as a man, I apologize, man.
Come on, Garza, man.
Damn. Now, obviously what he's talking about is, where is the video?
Look this.
You ain't Boston.
I don't know. I'm a fat button to each other.
We had a serious conversation about this situation with me
and how I was out of pocket.
I was wrong, right?
How I was fucked up.
I was disrespectful.
I was Manning.
I was Man time.
I got caught up in the bullshit with the Instagram and being disrespectful.
And we had something going on together where we all were supposed to do something together
and switch.
And I got on some bullshit with the disrespect.
Right.
The Meek Mill Hay train with the disrespect and saying anything that wasn't supposed to be said on Man Time.
And as a man, I apologize.
I was wrong.
It shouldn't happen.
It's not going to happen again.
That's not how we move.
That's not how we handle shit.
I should have gone on the phone.
I'm going to call.
Bards, call anybody from the Dream Faces,
had a conversation.
I did a formal apology to the first time.
Then I turned around and got mad at something
that I could have picked up the phone
and had a conversation with you.
Had a conversation with me or had a conversation
with anybody else that's on my side.
As a main week, I apologize.
As a man, I apologize.
And this shit won't happen.
Respectful.
I respect that.
I'm saying.
As a man, and this is, I don't care what niggas stink, how niggas feel, we came up in
this shit together, we chest size each other all kinds of shit.
From the bad cave days, I respect this man, I respect me this, I was wrong, period by
by the wrong.
And that says a man.
Respect.
Is that good?
I respect that.
Oh shit.
Anyway.
Mike Knox actually
Mike Knox responded to this
Actually Garcy hopped on live to respond first
Here's what he said
Goofy shit to me bro
You felt like that's how you felt
Then you should have picked up the phone and called niggas
Don't get on this internet shit
Trying to do this shit for the people
Like you coming in here checking niggas for the people
Like you're saying some real shit
Just because you're coming on here screaming
Because the phone call could have been placed
When the nigger dropped the disc record
If that was the case
If you felt like that you should have felt like that shit
When this shit initially
100%
initially when this shit initially started.
Like, where the fucking fucking shit
we're going to go?
It's just too much goofy shit,
man, and too many niggas opinions, man.
How about mind your fucking business
if it ain't got nothing to do with you?
How about that?
And that goes to anybody.
Not even just talking about age.
I'm talking about everybody.
It's one thing to talk about something, man,
because that's just how it goes.
It's the current events.
Yo, this nigga, I think this is a Garcy, dude.
This is a new ARI, but Philly right now.
Yo, he got niggas just like a pilot.
Yo, you know how that it was like,
Kendrick ain't even start rapping yet, and Jay Cole just apologize?
Like, Jaycoe is, I'm not, my bad, my bad, Kendrick, you got to you the best.
I'm sorry, I'm a bitch, you're the best, I'm a ho, you're the best, I'm a whack-ass rapper,
you're the best.
Like, he just start copping all type of police.
You're like, what the fuck?
Like, that's the first sign Drake should have got, like, maybe this thing is the boogeyman.
What the fuck?
Did you just start apologizing before you responded, nigga?
What in the fuck?
Niggas just a, nigga, see this guy?
Yo, I'm sorry for all my disrespect.
I'm sorry.
I'm sorry I was even born
Yo, I'm sorry I woke up today

That I ain't even give
Yo, I'm sorry about everything
Listen, I'm sorry my crew neck
Wasn't a V neck today
Grab it now, it's crazy
This is a new boogeyman right here
This is a boogeyman of Philly right here
Cool, I understand that
But when you come in like, bro

When they go to niggas with issues
About some shit that's date issues
Craziest thing is
Yo, this is the toughest nigga
With Glasses I've ever seen
No, I've never seen a nigga
I got glasses.
You know what that tells me?
Bro, niggas don't even touch him
because you punch a nigga in the face

His shit was impeccable designer too.
This is the boogie man.
Niggas, the whole big be fucked up after that.
Niggas in the streets that get in between other men
issues, bro.
Niggas whole shit be fucked up after that.
You know what I'm saying?
Sometimes you gotta mind your business.
Don't try to come in and on here doing no shit
for the people, bro, because that's the same shit.
I ain't gonna lie.
do give off apologetic aura.
Like, you see a nigger like this, you kind of want to apologize.
Like, like, nigger, after watching Mike Knox apologize, nigger, I'm trying to figure
out what I need to apologize.
Nigger, I'm writing my apology right now.
That it makes shit go left and go bad for no reason.
Sometimes it's just best to say, damn.
Whether your opinion is your opinion, I don't give a part.
If you feel like niggas is tripping or you feel like niggas is right or you feel like
niggas is wrong, I don't give a fuck.
Yo, this thing is the brother Mazzone or Philly, bro.
the brother mazone like the you know the muslim nigga the muslim nigga with the glasses this is him right here

Matter fact, no, no, no, brother Muzon.
Oh, right here, he confronts Avon.
Look at this.
Real gangster.
Look.
Look, look at this.
This is how that nigga Garcy walked in, bro.
This was Mike Knox when he woke up from the coma.
What the fuck?
Mike Knox, I'm playing.
This is a joke, bro.
Like, this is Joe.
It ain't that serious.
Good.
Yeah.
We got y'all out front.
Let's go peace, square.
My man.
You look healthy.
For a man who was gut shot, you reached out to a third party.
Who engaged me in the purpose of holding your towers.
That third person's word was your word, as he represented you.
That's right.
And I ran those East Baltimore gentlemen off.
I held up my end of the agreement.
Nah, that's Brother Muzon.
At least for as long as I was physically able.
Nigger, even Avon apologizing this, nigger.
Yo, is something about this demeanor?
nigger with glasses
who's just standing there like this
like you gotta apologize
you did
your man then set up a meat at butchie's bar
your man told Omar Little that I was responsible for the torture
of a young boy who was close to Mr. Little's heart
your man
in effect sought to have me hit
Omar told you that and you believe that motherfucker
he doesn't strike me as a man who would tell stories
even at the point of dying
oh shit
little bit brain
composition of Joe
The inner workings of your organization don't concern me.
If there's a way, I mean, if my man, if he made a mistake here, then I'm willing to pay the cost.
Oh shit.
Copping all type of please, and this is big a Avon right here.
How can we fix it?
You want money?
Money?
Yeah, this is business.
Business is where you are now.
But what got you here is your word and your reputation.
Oh shit!
With that alone, you've still got an open line to New York.
Damn!
Without it, you're your business.
done.
Anyway, just go ahead and think that shit to yourself and keep it fucking moving.
Don't bring that shit over here.
Unless you want to call my phone and have a normal conversation, I'm okay with that.
I have niggas call my phone and say, damn, bro, I feel like you wrong.
Or I feel like you right.
I don't give a fuck.
What you niggas feel like?
Nigga, I'm a man and I'm a stand on my own too.
And I know which I know right from fucking wrong.
I know how to move and how not to move it, bro.
I'm all right.
Okay.
Let's go to Mike Knox.
This is Mike Knox.
You know what I mean?
He's, he's, he's doubling.
down. Nobody pressed them.
Here we go.
That motherfucker, I'm always sweating, y'all.
Y'all don't even know.
A nigger always be sweating for real, bro.
Like, straight up.
I'm just like a charge that person.
But since the beginning
of all this shit that's been going on,
I ain't going to lie. I've been watching. I've been watching.
I've been watching. I'll act like I wear a
watch that shit. Right?
And the niggins said that Garcy had to stick a proof for his apology.
First of all, first of all, we are from Philly.
Yeah.
Let's be clear, man.
We all from Philly.
And we've seen this type of shit happen so many different times, but go on so many different
types and it gets so crazy.
This situation is a solid situation that two people,
that has a friendship had a conversation.
Let's be clear on that.
Garcy is somebody that I knew for over 20-something years.
20-something years.
This man was at my wedding, all kind of shit.
When you have a friendship with somebody,
I don't know about anybody else,
but I know the era I come from
and how I was brought up,
when you have a friendship with somebody,
you don't have to agree on everything.
You can go back and forth.
Yeah.
You can yell at each other, you can say how you feel, they can say how they feel.
What y'all seen was me having a conversation with someone I consider to be a friend.
What y'all seen was me manning up to being a part of bullshit that can just turn into some wild shit.
And for what?
At the end of the day, we've grown ass.
fucking men.
Mike Knox made the decision to do
apology. There's nobody on this fucking
planet Earth that can make me
apologize.
Nobody.
Not even Garcy, and he knows that.
And
respectfully, he even said that.
And I'm sure he would say that on here. Like, no,
this is what Knox wanted to do. And he said
that actually on another
live that he was on. He
let that be known.
We don't want a third apology.
Mike Knox, we
Just cool it
Garcy niggas is a scary character
He sat there the whole time like this
Like he was like he was solving a Rubik scoop
Okay
You looked over him like am I fucking up the lines
Like they wouldn't even get like answer questions
Scary motherfucker right there okay
That's what I wanted to do
You know what I mean? When you're a real one
You stand on real shit
By the way also like let me
Let me cut the troll then the funny shit off
I'll say like, all right, having a conversation that's meant there's nothing wrong with it.
Shit happens.
It's better to do that than obviously go to the escalation parts where people get hurt.
Here's the thing, though.
It looks mighty weird that your apology is filmed by them with their phone.
And they're putting it up.
And they're captioning and shit.
Like, you know, what about telling them, yo, as a fact, yo, I do apologize.
You in person.
I'm going to talk to the people online
when I get to the crib and I take a shower
I'm sweating right now. My crew that
looked like a V-neck. I'm about to do it when I get back
to the crib. It felt almost
like, you had to do it in the moment.
That's what to tell you how it feels, right?
And this
should be a lesson to the young ones, man.
That everything don't got
to be a crash and burn situation.
It don't have to be.
Now, the internet
can't control that.
We can't control
I can't control the memes
I ain't gonna lie
The first meme from
Yo Chubs
I was pissed
And then I looked at it again
And shit I was laughing like shit
That shit is kind of funny though
Even though it didn't fucking happen that way
That shit was kind of funny
But um
You know man like listen
On some real shit
It's okay to be normal man
It's okay
I've been through a lot of shit yo
Like, it's no way possible that I would go through this hole.
Somebody says, make the respect as loud as the disrespect.
He's owning that.
All right, cool.
I agree with you with that.
The public apology or whatever.
But here's the thing.
It's one thing if, like, it's almost disrespecting your manhood.
If it looks like you're being held at gunpoint forcing an apology in front of these guys.
You know what I mean?
Like, again, you didn't disrespect them in front of them while they're.
holding the camera you disrespecting them when you were at home so why can't you record your
apology video at home entire journey a lot of person just um discredit me in any kind of way
you know what i mean now i can't dictate what somebody else may feel or what their opinions may
be of mike knox but i know what mike knox is and let's be clear on something a lot of people
were taking shots and saying shit and saying me
And I'm like, okay, cool, but when you look at niggas like Rick Ross, like, nigga, you
was a Carl City fucking cop.
You don't get to have an opinion on me.
I'm a real nigga man that stood up.
But I understand why you mad.
I get it.
You're mad because of what I did to your man at the BET Awards and you still haven't got the chain
back.
Oh shit.
So I get it.
Wait, he's the one who took the chain from gunplay?
Oh wow, full circle moment
But you shouldn't be worried about me
You should be worried about
Game
Why are you paying attention to what I got going on
But you ain't respond to game yet
You're the police
You don't get to have any type of
Nothing when it come to me
Y'all got to stop trying to create this narrative
With me and Garcy
Like me and Garcy have an issue or
Garcy gripped me up.
Garcy did not grip me up.
Garcy expressed that he did not grip me up
and that he did not touch me.
He expressed that nobody did anything to Knox.
Knox popped up
and he had a conversation.
That was it.
That was all.
It was my idea.
Let's move on from it.
You know, people would look at the tape.
Oh, his shirt was messed up because I'm a fat nigga.
Right?
And I'm a North nigga.
And I took my shirt and went like this.
And kept having the conversation.
Wait.
Ain't no way that dirt stain on the shirt was because he wiped his face.
Brough, you got to get some better skin care.

their friends to get any type of misunderstanding out there.
Niggas got families.
Niggas got things they're trying to do.
At the end of day, guess what I know?
If I go out here and I do some bullshit,
ain't none of y'all niggas sending me no bell money.
Ain't none of y'all niggas sending me no loyal money.
Ain't none of y'all niggas coming to visit me.
And I'm gonna be in jail for the rest of my life for what?
To prove what to the internet?
I agree with that.
And the same people that's calling me out of my name, calling me bitches, calling me this, call me that, they would never, ever, ever say this shit to my face.
They're sitting on the internet.
When you click on their pages, these niggas with one eyes, these motherfuckers got five pictures.
These motherfuckers look like if you just say, boom, they're going to run.
Everybody knows this.
They knows what the capability are of me.

It's a good callback to the song.
That's obviously a hit, but that was whack.
Let's be honest, all right?
What's she funny?
I don't know to play BT content.
They'll probably try to flag the stream.
All right.
What else happened at the Beatty Awards?
I heard Ice Spice lost some fucking weight.
God damn it, but she can lose that ass.
Look at this shit.
I'm going to lie.
I think she might have got surgery.
Because I ain't gonna lie.
Her body's looking really good right here.
Like the ass is still there.
But like,
like we used to see like the little cellulite with her,
which I used to like because it showed that she was natural.
She felt like she just came off the block.
This kind of felt like she might have a little work, bro.
Maybe she just lost weight now, man.
It's just taking it working out.
The one thing about Ice Spice performance, man.
Just ass shaking and that's it, man.

Yo, I'm not fucking with the version of Ice Spice,

I ain't fucking with it, bro.
Nah, she got to gain some weight back.
She need 20 more pounds back on the bones, bro.
20 more pounds.
The weight with her, she's young.
Like, if she was older,
I would say she should get down to the size,
but she young.
The weight going to go to the right places.
Like, it's only when you older,
the weight goes all in the wrong places.
But when you're young,
it goes right to the right place.
They're going to go to her ass,
her hips, and her titties.
You feel I'm saying?
So she got to get that weight back.
If she was, like, pushing 30,
Yeah, like this right here.
I don't know.
I ain't gonna lie.
This shit hit fire on mute.
Like, this is like, I feel like you just hurt your ears while you.
All right, here we go.
Okay.
I ain't gonna lie.
There she go.

Each and every person who has had a part in this moment from the past, going all the way back to A.J. Alexander, that's the guy who actually discovered me.
And then each and every friend who has encouraged and helped me in the moment, I celebrate this moment.
Yep.
They block the stream, nigger. I'm off of this B.T. shit. The fuck am I even playing B.T. shit for me.
I'm good.
Getting a chance to meet you.
So many profile lawsuits.
We covered so much of this here on sidebar.
And while there certainly has been drama along the way,
here we go.
But a federal judge referred him to the grievance committee in New York.
United States of reckless partying,
drugging others, sexual violence,
and other illegal conduct.
Yeah.
So you can see he kind of has a certain.
dramatic flare to his filings.
But Mr. Blackburn has also come into the spotlight a bit for other reasons.
You see, not only has he been criticized by opposing counsel, which we're going to get into,
but a federal judge referred him to the grievance committee in New York.
United States District Court judge for the Southern District of New York, Denise Cote,
submitted a referral to the New York Federal Court grievance committee,
claiming that there were issues with Blackburn in five cases.
She wrote in one of these filings, quote,
a reasonable inference from Blackburn's pattern of behavior is that he improperly files cases in
federal court to garner media attention, embarrassed defendants with salacious allegations,
and pressure defendants to settle quickly.
Well, with all of that, now Tyrone Blackburn is fighting back.
Not necessarily with the judge.
He claims he already issued a response regarding that issue.
But what we're talking about now is more specifically with respect to Sean Combs,
because he is fighting back against the defendants in one of these lawsuits
from filing sanctions against him.
Let me explain.
So Tyrone Blackburn represents Rodney Littlerod Jones,
who sued Combs, Combs-affiliated companies and others,
including actor Cuba Gooding Jr.
Jones alleges sexual assault, harassment, sex trafficking.
As part of the lawsuit, Jones was suing Motown Records,
Universal Music Group, UMG,
and Lucian Grange, the CEO of UMG, collectively they're known as the UMG defendants.
We're going to be saying that a lot.
Now, interestingly, these defendants, or the attorney who represents these defendants,
and a filing wrote, quote, plaintiff had also named Universal Music Group as a defendant,
but there is no such juridical entity.
Universal Music Group is an umbrella name commonly used to refer to all of the various companies
and record labels that are encompassed within UMG Recordings, Inc.
therefore assume that plaintiff has misnamed Universal Music Group intending to actually name UMG
Recordings Inc, and I will refer to Universal Music Group herein as UMG Recordings Inc.
Okay, so it would not be great if you get the name wrong of one of the defendants, but putting
that aside with that, Jones alleges that all of these entities are liable for the abuse that he
suffered at the hands of Sean Combs. The idea is that all of these defendants are part of this
a legal criminal enterprise in violation of RICO or racketeering law, making money by forcing
and threatening people like Jones to transport drugs and guns, solicit minors, and sex workers,
and make music without properly paying individuals like Jones, that these UMG defendants and
other affiliated companies should have been monitoring or warning or supervising what Combs
and his associates were allegedly doing, but instead they just wanted to enrich themselves.
Now, Jones, despite all of that, through Blackburn, ultimately decided to drop the case against the UMG defendants.
And that's the issue.
Based upon new filings for Mr. Blackburn, it seems that there was an agreement here between him and opposing counsel to drop the claims against these specific defendants as long as defense counsel didn't file a sanctions motion against him.
and Mr. Jones.
And this is where it gets very thorny.
Again, I'm going to explain why this is all important in the grand scheme.
But Mr. Blackburn just filed a declaration with the court where he explains what's going on.
And a declaration is basically a statement you make under penalty of perjury.
So, yeah, don't lie.
Now, in his own declaration, Blackburn wrote, quote, on May 10, 2024, I emailed Donald Zakarin,
counsel for the UMG defendants to inform him of the plaintiff's decision.
to dismiss the case against them.
I sent Zekaren my proposed notice of dismissal.
Zakaran insisted on drafting a completely different notice of voluntary dismissal and declaration.
I filed the document prepared by Zakarin as an extension of good faith.
Now, when you read this document, it seems that Blackburn is agreeing that there is no legal
or factual basis for the allegations against these UMG defendants.
Wow. Why?
Well, Blackburn explains in his declaration that his team had spent extensive time researching and investigating the validity of Sean Combs' signature on this agreement between Love Records, Combs, and Motown.
It says that they pulled over 40 examples of Combs signature from agreements.
We even secured the services of a handwriting expert who confirmed our suspicions that Combs did not sign the agreement with Motown.
As a result, plaintiff Jones felt that Motown and the UMG defendants were more than likely victims of fraud perpetrated by Combs, and it would be impossible to hold them equally liable for the harm Combs visited upon Mr. Jones.
So here, Blackburn appears to be saying we did more research into this connection between the record labels and Combs and found that they might actually be victims of a larger scheme by Combs, and maybe they shouldn't be on the hook for what Combs allegedly did.
I think it would also be a question of if you present that at trial, perhaps a jury would find these defendants sympathetic and they might, and Jones might actually lose.
So Blackburn says we discovered all this.
Now, he says before we discovered all this, Mr. Zakarin had filed a notice that he'd be asking for sanctions against me, Mr. Blackburn, and my client, Mr. Jones.
And that is a big deal.
When we talk about sanctions, we're talking about monetary penalties for some egregious.
behavior. Here, Zekaren is asking for sanctions pursuant to Rule 11 under the federal rules, which
basically says you can't file a pleading or a motion or a paper for an improper purpose. You need to have
some basis in support for what you're alleging, basis in law. In fact, you can't file frivolous
claims or arguments. And that makes sense, right? You can't use the legal system as an unfair weapon.
So Zaccaren is claiming that Mr. Blackburn made a lot of
wild accusations in Jones lawsuits that weren't necessarily supported by facts or evidence.
And this complaint was filed purely to harass and defame the defendants and to garner media
attention for Jones. And this motion that was asking for sanctions against Blackburn and Jones
included a sworn declaration from Zakarin. And one of the things he says is, quote,
I saw it at the very outset of this case on March 4th, 2024 to explain to Mr. Blackburn that
his allegations against UMG were factually baseless and that there was also no legal merit to the claims.
Had he conducted a proper examination of the facts and the law, he could not have filed the FAC,
first amended complaint, which would have spared my clients the hundreds of thousands of dollars
and unnecessary legal fees and expenses that this action has now cost them.
And one of the filings, Zcaran explains, you claim that Sir Lucian Grange and Miss
Habdomerium, that's Ethiopia, Habdomerium, the former
chairwoman and CEO of Motown,
visited Combs' homes in Los Angeles and Miami in the evenings
and both would disappear for hours in Mr. Combs' bedrooms.
Aside from the absurd oddity of the identical alleged behavior by two individuals separately
on apparently separate occasions,
the entire story about their attendance at any events at Mr. Combs' homes or any listening
parties is completely fabricated.
Sir Lucian Grange has never been to Mr. Combs' homes in L.A. or Miami
and never attended or sponsored any listening parties at any of Mr. Combs' homes and was not present at any writer's camps.
Thus, everything alleged about both Sir Lucian Grange's supposed knowledge of illicit and illegal activities engaged in by Mr. Combs and others are categorically false.
And there are hundreds and hundreds of pages in these memo filings, but it kind of gives you an idea of the accusations against Blackburn and Jones, but especially Mr. Blackburn, right?
And there are also sworn declarations from a few of the defendants I mentioned, including
Ms. Haptimarium and Mr. Grange.
And we're going to give you a sample of those.
So in her statement, Habdumarium says, being falsely accused of criminal conduct is deeply upsetting
to me.
I did know wrong.
I never saw or participated in any alleged racketeering enterprise.
And I never saw aided or bedded or tried to conceal any sex trafficking activity.
And Haptimarian claims that Blackburn offered to drop her from the lawsuit.
if she signed a declaration, but she says the narrative that he provided in that was completely
false, so she refused to sign it. Lucian Grange provided a similar sworn statement.
And right off the bat, he pointed out something very important. As the second amended complaint
admits, I am a resident of California, not New York. As I will detail below, I engaged in no
activity in New York whatsoever with respect to this matter. So that would essentially mean that there's a
jurisdiction issue. He shouldn't be a part of a New York lawsuit. And he also says that, quote,
none of these allegations are supported by a single fact. Okay. So now you know what the sanctions are all
about. We now have to talk about Monday because on Monday, Mr. Blackburn fired back at Saccaron in his
own hundreds of pages. Even the exhibits have exhibits. So again, we're going to give you an overview.
So Blackburn in his declaration says, look, we received this email from opposing counsel back
on April 26, 2024.
That email, by the way, is included in these filings.
And in that email from opposing counsel to Blackburn, it says, quote, you have 21 days
to withdraw all claims asserted against the UMG defendants with prejudice, meaning you can't
refile the claims.
Your failure to do so will result in the filing of this motion with the court.
So that's what, May 17, 2024.
Blackburn says, we did that.
We filed the documents.
We dismissed the claims.
we thought we were in the clear, but Blackburn says Zekaren double-crossed us by filing a revamped
version of the Rule 11 sanctions motion anyway. Blackburn uses words like unethical gamanship,
double-crossed, disguised, all to describe this alleged move by Zakaran.
He makes the claim that Zakarin tried to disguise this as a motion under a different statute,
but it's basically the same thing, which, by the way, is maybe not.
that surprising that Zakarin did this because in an email to Blackburn, Zakaran wrote,
you seem to believe that having filed three separate complaints over the past two months,
each of which is filled with offensively false accusations of criminal conduct that you either
knew were completely false or as to which you were completely indifferent to whether they were
true or false. You can skate away unscathed.
Yo, to keep it real, this is why no more you can't fuck with the industry.
the music industry.
So this guy, I'm not going to speak too much about it
because I'm aware of aware that he's suing me
on behalf of somebody, right?
So I won't really say too much.
But again, we've heard about these sanctions.
We've heard about whatever people have said,
oh, this is guys at Mo.
The only people who really you just shouldn't fuck with.
Like it's one thing you're fucking with,
like even like on the higher upscale,
and you're fucking with Diddy.
Now granted, Diddy got some real shit going on, right?
So, you know, like, he's not going to look to try to make an example out of you.
Universal music group.
The heart, soul, and body of music at all.
Nigg, they got the best attorneys known to man.
Like, nigga, like, these lawyers are fucking wolves.
Like, literally, I think they might do the Lord's work.
They might chew this nigga, oh, pause.
By your conduct simply by proposing terms on which you would dismiss the current version.
of the complaint with prejudice.
You appear indifferent to the harm you and your client have called.
By the way, also, to give more context, think about, like, big organizations.
Think about Apple.
Apple probably have some of the best lawyers to man.
Like, they're probably paying millions of dollars.
They take all these things serious.
If there's ever a lawsuit that is successful against them, it gives precedence for other
people to say the same thing.
They're going to go bankrupt out of business.
So what they do and what this seems like they're doing, they've seen that they got sued
multiple times every time this guy
that represents these clients
sued Diddy they included the record label
basically saying this is one of the liable parties
I think the UMG
which is the biggest regular
they're basically at this point saying you know what
we got to make an example out of you motherfucker
because you keep thinking that bringing us to court
we're one of these little niggas
so clearly that's what they're doing
and I didn't even look like
they kind of started twisting his arm where he's coping
a plea like yo I'll drop the lawsuit just
Yo, I drop the lawsuit as long as just don't refer sanctions to me, please.
And look like he drops the lawsuit and then they said,
nigga, we're still doing it.
...caused to completely innocent people and companies.
But Blackburn goes back to say,
we agreed to dismiss the claim so you wouldn't try to sanction us.
And Blackburn states, look, I honestly should have known better than to believe
that Zakarin would act with integrity.
Blackburn then goes on to defend himself saying he didn't act in bad faith when he filed this lawsuit against the UMG defendants, that this lawsuit was instituted because the UMG defendants knowingly conducted business with Combs, whom they knew or should have known was a violent deceptive, morally flawed individual.
He says this lawsuit was not instituted for some improper purpose, but rather for the very legitimate purpose of recovering damages for the UMG defendant's reckless, self-serving decision to enter a partnership with Combs.
to develop love records.
He says that what he was doing was based on a reasonable investigation.
He claims he spoke with witnesses that Mr. Jones had corroborating evidence like text messages,
video recordings.
And it really should be no surprise that these defendants were added to this lawsuit given
what Blackburn says is Combs' notorious history, that he's facing eight lawsuits accusing him
of rape and sex trafficking.
And Blackburn actually doubles down on this.
And he's like, you know what?
every claim that plaintiff Jones has raised has turned out to be true.
Jones alleged that Brendan Paul, Combs, associate was his drug meal.
And guess what?
Paul gets arrested on March 25th on drug charges.
Jones says that Combs is a sex trafficker and then the raids happen.
Blackburn says all of this is really about the fact that the UMG defendants want to separate
themselves as much from Combs, but this is their own fault.
In fact, he uses this language.
Remember I talked about colorful language.
before November 16th, 2020, that was the date when Cassandra Ventura filed her lawsuit against Sean Combs.
This is his ex-girlfriend.
Defendants were willing to crawl over hot coals to touch the hem of Combs garment.
Yeah, you can see that there's really no love lost between these attorneys.
And in fact, there's a lot of email correspondence between Blackburn and Zakarian.
And it gets kind of juicy.
I mean, in an email dated on April 11th, Blackburn writes, Donald, you can attack my
character all you want, but your client has unclean hands.
I've spoken to many recently former UMG employees, some of whom were close to your beloved
Lucian.
I also know for a fact that your client has engaged in questionable and unethical business
practices for years, if not decade.
Yo, that is crazy.
Yo, emailing and threatening, I'm reading it like it sounds like a threat.
threatening the CEO of UMG through their huge law firm is like crazy.
Gates, I will not put all I know in this email, but I do know that you, sir, are doing your client a huge disservice.
Now, in terms of Zakaran, one of the things that he has accused Blackburn of was not answering his phone and seemingly disappearing.
In one of his replies, Zakaran says, your problem in responding is not due to a lack of information.
or knowledge on your part, but due to the fact that you filed knowingly false complaints without
any factual or a legal basis and your desperate effort to manufacture some way to avoid dismissal
and Rule 11 sanctions will be quite obvious to the judge when you seek further time and discovery.
Oh, and you should be aware that a frivolous motion for sanctions is itself sanctionable.
Mr. Blackburn, the first rule of self-preservation is when you're in a hole of your own
creation, stop digging.
You obviously have not yet learned that lesson.
You're going to find it a painful lesson here, but you have earned that pain.
Oh, nah.
Wow.
Heated.
It's like they should wrestle one another.
My gosh.
But again, this is kind of a summary of some back and forth.
But now, also, you have to think about this too, chat, right?
So Universal Music Group, they're, again, they have this big law firm, all these attorneys,
but they're probably wasted millions of dollars, like kind of.
going back and forth with this individual who sued them multiple times on the basis of,
oh, y'all were giving Ditty the money that made him do this shit.
So at this point, they're more than just upset.
We've lost millions of dollars basically dealing with these, what they would, I guess they're
thinking is frivolous.
So now it looked like they're trying to go on the offensive.
That's kind of interesting.
But I'm going to tell you now why this matters.
I'm going to give you the big picture.
Why do we care about this?
Why do we care about Tyrone Blackbird?
I'm going to tell you why.
This all goes to one thing and one thing only.
Credibility.
The credibility of these accusations, the strength of these claims is what Rodney Jones
and other plaintiffs being represented by Blackburn saying, is it true?
Yes, Sean Combs is facing multiple lawsuits.
Yes, the feds raided his homes and there appears to be an ongoing federal investment.
that could possibly result in criminal charges.
But Combs hasn't been charged.
He hasn't been found liable in court yet.
Reporting indicates that authorities may still be gathering information in this case.
So they might not have it ready to actually present for an indictment.
Now, I should tell you, if this is true, it does confirm what we've been saying, that investigators
have probably been talking with a number of people, including possible Combs accusers.
That's why we didn't see arrests on the day of the raids and we didn't see arrests immediately.
It takes time to build these kinds of cases.
And again, we do not know what role Combs may be playing in this investigation.
But investigators, they have to analyze what was taken from those properties during those raids.
They have to interview.
Horrifying broke up was Combs' apology two days later on Instagram?
He would have denied it like he's denied the allegations in the past.
Billboard reported that airplay of Combs' songs was down significantly overall.
City of New York reportedly considering taking back the key to the city that was given to Sean
Combs in September of last year in a productive way.
That hallway is almost identical to the video.
So it does give credence.
All right.
Well, very interesting.
Very interesting.
More will be revealed, Chad.
Very, very interesting.
Okay, what did I have next? I did have something else next
Let me see
Nicky Minaj talking about little Kim
I guess I could do that
Apparently Nicki Minaj is taking a break for music or something of the sort
I'm um so where is it
Nicky Manage says can't even just put your feet up and just suck some cock no more relax and be on vacation
I'm deleting all laps until 2035.
Whoever's set alive by that date, I'll hit you from my new line.
Hold your head.
Okay, now this is her jumping in her husband's arms going on to their private jet.
And, yep, there we go.
Okay, I guess that's why someone would say, bro, ain't even making up the steps holding her.
And I guess she wanted to prove that nigga wrong.
Yeah.
Okay, cool.
She did I seen her I seen her like send out this like lengthy tweet
And essentially she's been rolling around with Waka flaka's mom on her tour
Deb Anthony
And apparently Deb had an interview where Deb basically said that you know
In the work that she's been doing with Nikki she was trying to set up
Nicky menage to possibly squash her beef with
Little Kim because she wanted her to bring out little Kim
and Foxy Brown.
Nikki still hates Lil Kim,
and she did a lengthy response
to Debs Anthony
an interview.
And by the way,
let me play Deb Anthony
statement first.
Never be willing to try
to get her to sit down
with possibly Cardi B
and Lil Kim to try to amend
their differences?
I would love to see that.
I would love to see them all come together.
I think that we all would love to see that,
but people would have to be willing
to do that.
And to be perfectly honest with you,
she's going to kill me for even saying this, but I did reach out to kill.
Okay.
Okay.
And so I think that...
Would you ever be willing to try to get her to sit down with...
Okay.
Now, Nikki Minaz responded promptly to that.
She said, Deb, isn't it funny how you left out the biggest part of the story?
Gag City, second leg tour in the U.S. begins September.
Next stop.
Italy, previous stop Morocco.
Almost 200K beautiful people came out.
I didn't ask you to do a damn thing.
You told me after the fact, and I screamed on you
and told you if you reach out to people that you're,
now that you're being seen around me,
they'll think it's coming from me.
So never to do that again without discussing with me first.
I said I'd never want that.
And that now she'd think that message came from me,
which is not cool.
Okay, Pink Friday, blah, blah, da-da.
She's naming her stats in the middle of it.
She said, so yeah, you laughed it off and said her and Foxy.
should come out. And I said, no. I'd only want Foxy to come out on stage with me. She's like family
to me. No disrespect. God bless everyone and our children. Let's do our thing and thank God for life.
Stop using my name for clickbait in 2024. We get it. I'm that bitch. Then it says, how dare you?
Interviews? Chai. Whoa, wait. This world, man. This world. Love yourself deeply.
Okay. Nikki Minaj, ain't down to squash your beef with, um, um, um, um, little Kim. And I'm gonna be honest with you. I'm not mad at it.
again, I think there's a lot of things cyclical that comes back around.
I think Nikki gets AIDS shamed a bit, and that's what she used to do to Little Kim.
However, her issues with Little Kim, again, I don't know the full context of it,
but I'm not mad at somebody who said, man, I'm not sending no hate to that woman,
but I don't want to be cool with her.
We don't got to have a kumbaya moment.
We don't have to have a, okay, let's bring him out on stage.
We don't have to have that type of moment, and I'm completely fond with Nick Minas having that opinion, right?
I'm pretty sure that little Kim is in her own world at this point.
She don't necessarily need Nicky Minaj, nor do Nicky Minaj need her.
I think we got to stop normalizing people having to give some type of fairy tale story ending.
No, sometimes people don't get along.
And the best way to move forward is to leave that person out of your life or just leave that person out of your story.
You know what I mean?
So clearly that's what Nikki is choosing to do.
I don't see Nikki still dissing her.
I don't see her still talking about Nikki.
So if Nikki's spirit don't agree with it and don't be cool with her, I'm cool with it.
You know what I mean?
And also I think Nikki probably looks like this.
Like, you know, Little Kim's a legend, of course.
But like, Nikki's still relevant in the now.
I think that she might be like, man, I'm not trying to help that woman get back in the now conversation.
She's a legend overall.
But no, I'm good.
Again, you can be mad at Nikki.
And also, I think Deb, even though I think her,
talking about writing a long-ass message to Deb was her just trying to smoke signal to
Lil Kim if she thought that she was down with it like no I'm not but I think that's the
respect she asked for Deb I think anybody else is fired anybody else will get fired by Nikki
instantly but her and Deb has a long-standing relationship from back in the you know what
I mean the hanging around 10 17 days and that man Anthony's situation with that so I think that's
why she kind of gives her some grace even though she called her out like yo please like be
careful you're with me now anything you say they're going to think you're
talking for me which half of these bishes i don't fuck with so hey nicky's the boss you got let it rock
you know what i'm saying all right am i missing anything i feel like i feel like i feel like
i pretty much hit all the topics we're pretty much at like seven hours now sweetie talks about
why she hates the nepo baby narrative when it comes to her career i hate the nepo baby narrative
it splits the faces of the child who grew up
spending barely time with her parents
because she was too busy hustling to try to make ends meet.
Also, I think sweetie, the college girl
would have had a wealthy family pay for tuition and boarding so she could, blah, blah, blah.
Say it on privilege ignores the girls that risked her safety rented off rooms off Craigslist.
Because she believed in herself enough to stay at an expensive city
while everyone was telling her to move at home.
Da-da-da.
You know, with all your respect, like, you know, like, and sweetie,
I'm going to say this in the nicest way possible.
you ain't had no goddamn fucking struggle coming up.
And I mean, obviously you had to put working.
But, like, I think when people are thinking about struggle,
and I don't know if this is from some LeBron James son going into league thing,
that everybody was talking about nepotism,
I don't think, I don't think sweetie doesn't have a story.
Let me not say when I say struggle like,
you got to be, like, desolate and poor.
But for the most part, man, you know, man,
it's hard for me to listen to sweetie talking about her privilege.
Like, yo, sweetie, man, you got so much shit going for you.
You got pretty privilege.
You have all type of privilege that's working for you.
Listen, when an ugly nigga, like, put it like this,
you know who probably had to struggle, man?
A ugly nigga like young thug.
Real talk.
Like, did you see Young Thug?
That nigga had five rotten tooth missing half a gum.
That nigga was like missing his jawline.
That nigga looked fucked up.
If you look that young thug,
if somebody could tell me he'd be fucking bitches like Mariah the sciences and Jerka Carle
and be one of the biggest artists in the world, that struggle.
that nigga looked like he had about like $3.48 to his goddamn name before he got famous.
You were the baddest bitch at your goddamn college.
Even if you didn't survive in rap or make it to be like some type of rap star or sweetie,
some rich nigga would have wiped you up.
Like, you'd have still been good.
Young Thug would have been literally probably dead on the side of the road
if somehow he didn't make it out of that.
Look at this.
Young Thug, 2011 in the hood.
Let's, like, look at this.
Hey, oh, hold on, hold on, let me, all, let me,
let me wind it out, let me wind it out.
Come on, bro.
Hello.
How long?
My name?
Yeah.
You're wrong now, man.
You're not saying.
All right, now.
Oh, nigg got no take cameras.
Listen, guys, that's what he's done.
Hello.
Come on his fuck.
Like, brother, I'm gonna be honest with you.
I think that's struggle, bro.
Like, y'all remember him with,
fucks up teeth and shit like that.
Like, where's the other footage?
Yeah.
No, that's, that's actually you got on.
That's, there's one with him in the hood.
This one with Young Thug in the hood looking real fucked up, bro.
Look at this shit.
Like, come on, bro.
Young Thugger had a face only a mother could love.
Like, come on, bro.
Like, this is struggle.
Like, get out of here.
Sweetie, with all due respect.
girl like we happy for you been but some some could make the point and some do make the point
that they believe you're more looks than talent so like you know i mean they're not over here
looking at you like oh my god you had to struggle a lot like yo you had some good things going for you
young thug was an ugly motherfucker barely could be coherent barely could talk look stupid as fuck
you know i mean teeth rotten as hell the nigga like literally is green i mean yo for him to make
it that's what struggle is if you ask me about i'm not saying it's a distug I'm just
tell you, that nigga came from, like, the bottom.
You know what I mean?
Like, you can't be the bad bitch walking around your campus who is going to get,
like, a nigga that's rich anyway.
And then you happen to be, like, some type of mid-tier or even low-tier rap artist
as a female in talking about the struggle.
You ain't got no goddamn struggle.
What the fuck?
This is struggle right here, man.
Come the fuck up.
Come on, bro.
Like, this is struggle.
Most of the rappers, you know, like, you ever seen Gucci Man?
Like, there's an old video of Gucci Man before he got on.
Come on.
It got a face.
Only a mother could love.
Ugly as shit.
Dirty T-shirt.
You know what I mean?
Breath looked like it's stink through the camera.
You know what I mean?
Like, come on.
Like, that's struggle.
So, like, it's hard for me to see, like, a female rapper that jump into this.
Like, half of, most of these female rappers I get on most.
I'm not saying all.
Like, half the reason y'all even on is because y'all looks, which means God bless you from the get-go.
God bless you.
As soon as you were born, pretty.
Your life is said already.
We're talking about a niggum who's just fucked up looking ugly.
Got to shoot niggas, got a rob niggas.
Probably got shot five times.
these things are somehow got to make it.
This is a whole different type of struggle.
So with all due respect to sweetie, you get what I'm saying, talking about, oh, yeah,
you know what I mean?
I had to, like, you know what I mean, like go work, weird jobs to go pay for an apartment
off campus and blah, blah, blah, okay, got you, got you, got you, okay, I'm sorry.
Like, I didn't even know you were associated with the nepotism at argument, right?
In context of nepotism, the boss, Ricky Ross, talked about.
about Brani James. He said this.
Nepotism, nepotism.
Y'all make me sick.
Every two years, y'all come up with a new word.
The narrative.
Tocticity, toxic.
Now it's nepotism.
Nepotism.
85% of all you motherfuckers got a job by somebody you know.
And that ain't even what I'm referring to.
Little Brunney, a bigger star,
than 95% of the motherfuckers in the league, man.
This big business, little Bronier sell more wing stock wings than anybody.
95% of the people that send a mother fucking backup squads and all that shit.
Y'all want to say nepotism.
First is who want to get in a concert free.
You're standing in line at the side door in the rain.
And you want to say nepotism.
Nepotism.
Nepotism.
Y'all, who was he supposed to play for?
Phil Knight's Sunpost to go and run Avia
Or get that Nike money
Y'all let me know, Brian,
So as you get out there on that court,
make sure you throw that baby powder in the sky.
And you run out there and do that leg.
That's right.
Who was he supposed to play for?
Phil Knight's Sunpost to go and run.
Yeah, now I agree with Ross, but partially, though,
here's my problem when it comes to the NBA.
the NBA is becoming almost like golf to a certain extent.
You know, I mean,
the only way these kids of former basketball players don't make it a league
is if they lose the genetic, the genetic lottery, right?
Like if Bronny, even if LeBron was a, well, I mean, LeBron's Bronn,
if Brony was 690, he would be the first round pick.
Like, I mean, again, most of these, from what I've watched
when it comes to basketball, like a lot of this shit is like,
you know, at least when it comes to the draft,
it's it's so it is there is a certain type of nepotism and also you know oh they play with these
teams and these schools you know i mean it kind of becomes almost like curated where like the
sons and you know the sons of these athletes definitely kind of have like this advantage
and um yeah i mean it's it's going to be what it's going to be but you know i kind of worry about
basketball in that in that aspect because what happens to the kid who's in the park with
no connections and this only way of getting out of hood is just bawling.
And again, I'm not the one of the people who's saying,
Brani, like, I'm mad that Brani's an elite, but, you know,
we just got to think about it.
What does happen in that situation where basically now the future draft says,
okay, we know we're going to get Steph Curry's son.
We're going to get this guy's son.
And it's kind of almost like, we're going to just have the juniors and,
and keeping it in the family almost more than, you know,
it being really one of the, it's always been.
like a viable way for people to get out the hood it still is but there is a lot of it's becoming
more and more increasingly um kind of almost curtailed to like the sons and daughter well sons
of like these former players sometimes they got the money and resources to give the proper
training put them in a right program the right coaches this and third right um have them run with
the right squad that kind of give them a leg up against the competition and i mean i can't not
the parents for doing it like shit that's what you're supposed to do for your kid but i do worry about
the kids that don't have those resources um because i don't think they're battling on the same playing
field but again it's life basketball isn't necessarily supposed to be a a i don't know say
it's a point oh oh one percent chance it's not supposed to be that for everybody equally you know
i mean you got to get it out you're living and and the true talent is going to rise to the top
and also if you're like a son of somebody who was great
and you make it into league and you suck,
you're going to get kicked out.
You're not going to go nowhere.
So how much can we really complain about nepotism?
Nepotism might put you and give you the start,
put you in the spot,
especially when it comes to a merit-based sport like basketball,
but it won't keep you there unless you're like Austin Rivers,
which I think that story has been told a bunch, right?
Okay.
Hey, by the way, chat, if y'all are on YouTube,

I'm gonna also reach out to Sam Sneak
and see what's up
we'll probably get more information on that tomorrow

Peace.
