Just pay us.
No, we go on 30 for 30.
Low key, I'm planning the time.
But I'm the type of niggul who always did the homework mad late.
Like, I was never doing the homework.
Like if the homework doing five days, believe me.
45 minutes before class, I did a homework.
Like, I never did it the first day.
If we got a four-day weekend, it's new Monday, and it's Thursday,
I'm doing that shit Sunday night or Monday morning.
I am like that.
What happened last stream?
I ain't going to cap with you.
Half of last stream I was drunk.

And no, I didn't abandon y'all to go follow IB.

like a quitter fuck out here now um yeah uh let's get into some we'll we'll start out the stream
like this we'll get into some preliminary stuff then we'll get to the rest of stuff okay so again
i told y'all i left the stream it was um half because i was drunk but also possibly linking up a
birdman and yb either were going to go to art gallery i think the shit was closed whyby was
going to like buy some art and dinner was on the table and then he turned niggies like i guess
he start realizing certain places clothes or whatever i forgot what day was he just said fuck it let's do
a music video so of a sudden they're in a frantic look for like bitches they're like yo we need
some girls for the music video i don't know what songs coming out so if you're a young boy fan
tough out of luck right um also hilarious call hilarious call by and for anybody in here i guess if you
watch the JVP because I do watch it at times um I heard him talking about young boy show but
tell me why birdman called me and I'm tell I I got to get my birdman impression better on yo
a K hey okay he's like you fuck with that nigger Joe button because you know if you don't
fuck with him I don't fuck with him and I'm like nah that's my man yes my man so birdman and YB's team
officially invited Joe to he said tell Joe I send a jet I'm like okay all right so
man and Y B down and send a jet
which I think is important
you know like
and also I do like this part of
friendship or
call it business relationship if you want to call it that
with any rapper I'm not a nigga
who tries to isolate other media members for them
I try to get them I brought Vlad to them
like yo Vlad because
when I'm the only person talking about it they'd be
making artists like YB
and other artists that I fuck with
they'd be making them seem like small fries when these
are big dogs in the game like
YB, if you ask me, you can't, if you say top five in hip hop and he's not in it,
now I know some of you not going to say record sales, I will give you that.
Like, you know what I mean?
I do think he should be doing big dog numbers.
I'll tell you, I want one interesting thing about YB.
And for all the fan pages, you can clip this.
This game, I could tell us first.
Me and Alex was chopping it up.
That's one of his mansions.
Me and Alex was chopping it up maybe like two years ago.
And he said, oh, act, you know when people try to knock YB?
And this was when, remember he would do like 40,000,
everybody's now shocked because you're seeing him do arenas, right?
And this is not a YB like slurperface, but I just got to tell you this.
He says, yo, a lot of people who care about like those metrics,
YB is not one of them.
The reason why you don't see more songs chart, like, for example,
I think Shot Calling, the song I've been bumping crazy and everybody's been bumping.
It's the first song that charted for YB since 2023.
So Alex told me he said, yo, act, the reason, some of the,
Sometimes fans don't understand music business.
YB drops whenever he wants to drop 4 a.m.
If he wants to drop three albums in three days, he doesn't give a fuck.
He lets the labels and everybody else catch up.
He's like, yo, here's the thing.
What fans don't understand about songs chart.
And we're going to get into a lot of things about the music business and really how it works.
But outside of YB, but you know, these labels promote a song and they put money behind it and market in this and third.
So he says to me, say, yo, I'm not.
I can't remember what album this was after, but he said, oh, Ak.
Here's the thing.
Atlantic, they were still on Atlantic then.
You said, Act.
Atlantic is working this single.
It was from three albums ago.
Basically, he was trying to tell me, like, yo, the labels move too slow for this dude.
This dude is not going to be like, all right, work my single.
Let's see how it goes.
Get it to rate.
Fuck that, new album.
Fuck that, new album.
So he's like, yo, the fans will see shit.
And they're like, well, why aren't we seeing the chart?
Yeah, you're not seeing.
the charts because the labels are slow.
They don't move at the pace he moves at.
They're promoting a song from three albums ago.
Fuck it.
So, you know, that's one of those things.
I don't even know how I got to that premise,
but, yeah, I'm very, I'm very proud,
and I hope you don't call me a dickrider for it.
I'm very proud that artists that I consider allies,
and I'll use it worth allies more than friends,
even though, you know, I call these guys,
you know, these are my associates and friends,
You know, they show me love.
I show them love in the industry.
I love when they all win.
Because at the end of the day,
the only reason why academics is academics
is that the artists that I've embraced
and the ones that embrace me
are the best artists.
The losers don't embrace me.
This is why they can't go around me, right?
Whether it's the Cardi's, 6-9 at the time,
whether it's the YBs, whether it's X,
that's the thing.
I pick, I don't necessarily pick them,
but I associate with the new winners.
So if you were like a,
loser or you don't sell or nobody gives a fuck about you. Yeah, of course. So now I could just be like,
oh, great, all of these guys only want to talk to me. But for me, I like seeing them win beyond that,
right? Like, I gave 6-9 the plug to Complex back in the day. With YB, I'm trying to get, like,
a lot of these media niggas, they talk about him like he's the bad shit crazy lunatic. Oh, okay,
I'm going to get some of these things to come to your show, try to give them a different perspective.
Maybe they could give you your proper props. You know what I mean?
Because me and Y Bs had those conversations on the phone.
Like, yo, act, man, these things don't show me no love, man.
That's why you don't think I think I hate it.
Well, I don't think these things hate, not everybody.
Not some people do hate on it, but I think some people don't know.
So I'm like, all right, cool.
You know, and I'm glad they trust me a little bit to be like, yo, act,
if you say somebody's coming through or somebody should get whatever exposure,
we're down to listen because, you know, you want the best for them.
So it's kind of one of those situations.
All right.
So that happened.
That happened.
And again, I'm so tremendously happy for all of, I want to say, the people that I want to call allies and friends, that they're all doing good.
They're all doing good.
And I'm very ecstatic about everything they're doing from, you know, YB to Cardi.
You know, me and Uzi had a conversation recently.
Trust me, just don't mark my guy out.
He's, he's, trust me.
Like, he's a veteran now, but trust me, it's far from over.
We had a really important conversation.
We'll come back up later publicly.
You'll see it.
Who else?
And also, I'm also down for y'all.
I know sometimes I call me a dick, cry.
I be like, yo, Act, you just can't let, you can't let 6'9 just fade into irrelevancy.
Well, that's the difference between me and everybody else.
The people who I fuck with, you're going to constantly see them on my page.
You got to go on another page if you want to see them.
You know what I mean?
I try to help them out because everybody who I'm associated with, they usually try to help me out too.
That's how I built my platform.
I built my platform off them.
They built their career with the help of me.
That's it.
One hand washes the other.
One hand, one person feeds the other.
That's how it goes.
So salute to all the people who I rock with.
Okay.
Now, let's get into some stuff.
And if my dog keeps barking, because, you know,
I guess like I live in the wilderness.
It's not even the wilderness, but it's like,
imagine like four dogs just barking.
I guess these motherfuckers, like, go to work.
Even though my land is big as fuck,
apparently echo.
because there's no buildings.
It's just bland.
So it just echoes.
And people, so the cops will call me and be like,
is your dogs outside, bro?
Could you bring him in?
So I do got big Pluto outside right now.
So if he keeps going crazy, I heard him bark twice.
I might have to bring him in.
Anyway, other than that, let's get to some pertinent stuff.
Then we'll get to the dark stuff.
So, chat, let's, what else has been going on?
Chat.
First of all, today I had to show up the federal court.
I showed up the federal court today, and yes, I'm not going to lie to you.
Let me tell you this.
Meg the Stallion, we should call it Meg the Karen.
She's probably wasted a million dollars to prove something that I don't believe is not even a thing.
I want to give you out of real synopsis of what's going on.
And I'm always going to tell you the truth as how it pertains to me and whatever.
Megastallion is claiming that some chick, and I shouldn't say some chick because I do know her,
Malaga Cooper, who's a blogger, we know with Milagra Grams,
defamed her, posted a deep fake porn of her
and cyber harassed her and other things.
They're suing her.
While they're doing that,
they've subpoenaed everybody in the world
who seems to have any endearing feelings about Tory Lane's.
Now, I've spoken to some of the best legal minds in the land.
They all feel this is a sham.
Like, let's be honest, right?
And I'm kicking a Tia off straight, like really straight.
They spent a million dollars, at least.
Like, I spoke to a really highly reputable lawyer who looked at even my deposition and said academics.
You know, you sat for seven hours and they had seven attorneys on there.
Quinn Emanuel, which is the law firm that represents Magdalian, but it's also Rock Nation's law firm.
They built $2,000 an hour.
seven hours seven attorneys yo that might have been a hundred thousand dollars deposition okay cool so anyway
i did that i ain't going to allow to you they were mad type because i came online i posted the clips
and it made them look quite silly i got to be honest made them look quite silly now why did i post it
you know obviously number one i could have ducked the deposition i did the deposition because i do
respect the processes of the court.
But the probative nature of what they were trying to ask me about was simply bullshit.
I had to expose it because I don't think, and this is why I mentioned in the money,
with all due respect to Malagro Cooper, I don't think she has the money that they're spending.
If y'all are in a million dollars or two, just investigating and prodding for other people,
you ain't even get to trial.
You think Malagro Cooper is going to give you more than $2 million?
It's not going to happen.
So I'm looking at that every lawyer who's like in tune with hip hop and notice situation.
They have all said the same thing.
This is a sham.
You're not going to get the money that you're spending.
You're spending a wild amount of money.
So anyway, I did the whole seven hour deposition.
Eventually the whole thing would probably come out at the point.
However, there was a question that they asked me.
And by the way, why did I say it was also a sham?
Of seven hours of a deposition, seven hours of a deposition, seven hours of a deposition,
they spent 30 minutes to an hour to ask me about Drake.
They asked me about Nicky McEmanage.
They were asking me about things that really had nothing to do with Milagra Cooper
and their client, Magdalian.
Hey, what about steak?
What about this?
What about that?
It was pretty much a fishing expedition.
This is why, and we're going to be very clear,
it seems that, and that's what I'm saying,
I've spoken to legal minds,
they don't believe that this woman is her target at all.
Why would you waste millions of dollars going after a woman who doesn't most likely have millions of dollars?
And then when you get your chance to question people that you could try to get a conviction,
you're asking about Drake, Steak, you're asking about Nikki Minaj, you're asking about everything else but that.
Something here is fishing.
So that's been going on.
And like me, I've taken it, and I think a lot of people, you know, whether legal minded or not,
and I'm not here to co-sign everything that Nikki said, but I do believe that Rock Nation has a scheme going on.
I believe that they're using this case and a bunch of other things to try to bully and intimidate people.
It's clear. I've said it from the get-go. They're trying to bully and intimidate people.
But also, they're seeking something. I'm going to be honest with you, I believe that they're trying to seek to
sue Drake eventually too.
I think this lawsuit is just one of many.
And it's hilarious to me because at the end of the day,
you know, there's a lot of money going around everywhere.
Of course, Rock Nation got infinite, but, you know,
you don't pick on a small blogger.
There's other people with a ton of legal fees.
Drake doesn't spend $100,000 just to find this guy at Codejo.
So he got the money.
So they're not going to pick on Drake.
But eventually, all this has to come to something.
For Meg the Stalian, I'm confused because I think every time we see more legal action from her, her likability goes down.
We just realize that this is a chick that can't accept the fact.
Just like I say Drake can't accept the fact he lost.
Megastalian seems like she can't accept the fact that some people will never believe her, no matter what.
No matter what, you better bring a video that is crystal clear, and maybe then they will.
But other than that, they probably won't believe you because of some of your own actions, your words, your demeanor.
some things that they saw or heard about during the trial that just didn't make too much sense to them or they had whatever doubt.
If you watch some of the clips I even posted about the deposition, the lawyer of Meg the Stallion decided to argue with me about my opinion if I believe Meg rather than even asking me questions.
Nevertheless, they filed a what's called emotion to compel.
Right.
So there was a question that they asked me.
They said, hey, academics, you tweeted out at one point.
that breaking.
Tori Lay's DNA was not found on the weapon.
We want to know how did you get that information.
Now, that information, if it were valid,
would be only known by three parties.
The judge, prosecution in L.A.,
and Tori Lane's defense team.
Now, remember I said if it was accurate.
Now, everyone in their mama made it clear to say,
hey, that's not accurate.
Even Torrey Lane's lawyer said that.
Which means when I tweeted it out, because I tweeted it before the day in court even started,
it was pointed out academics and tweet out the right information.
Yet, Megastayan's lawyers, aka Rock Nation lawyers, they are trying to try to say,
I got the information from a credible source.
Now, today in court, and I'll tell you exactly what happened in court,
It's going to come out in the minutes anyway, right?
Or the transcript.
So today in court, they were trying to say that in their conspiracy theory that Meg, that Milagro defamed Meg,
Malagro claimed she had the same source as me.
And if they could force me to reveal the source of my tweet, they could prove the conspiracy.
and they believe that source is Tori.
So if I say Tori, they're going to now say,
well, you said your source was him.
Tori may have sent you money.
Okay.
They're going into Kukuland.
Now, let me tell you a few things that did happen in court,
and I'll tell you what the order was in terms of the motion.
The judge, number one, scolded the defense,
or not defense, but the plaintiff, I guess,
the plaintiff's count.
which is Quinn Emanuel's representative, I won't say her name,
but scolded them for, because he went over the deposition,
he was also confused why the hell they were asking me about everything else
but the relevant things.
He was very confused.
He literally said, I read most of this stuff.
You guys asked academics a bunch of things that doesn't on face value,
or maybe you could substantiate, has anything to do with Meg,
the stallion or even the case you got in Florida.
Okay?
Okay, that's number one.
Number two was the issue of the question they asked me.
The question was,
who gave you the information that you tweeted?
Now, I got to be honest with Chad chat,
and I really want to be clear.
I don't got Alzheimer's, but y'all do know this Don Julio
it fucks with my memory.
Now, during the deposition,
as a matter of fact answer, I said, I'm unwilling to divulge it.
As the combative lawyer got pissed off over time,
because she was just, I could tell she was so heated, I was just sitting there.
As she got pissed off over time and tried to bring the issue back up,
She asked me if I was trying to use at least what's called in New Jersey.
There's a shield law for people who are journalists that would prevent legally them to be forced to give up sources to information they disseminate.
Now, during the deposition, I actually even said, because I could tell.
this chick is few minutes. It's seven hours.
And I'm over here, I'm over here tap dancing on them.
It is, I'm over here giving them the works.
You feel me?
Like, I'm not even going to lie to you.
Meg, I don't know if you spend $100,000 on that,
but I was giving all seven of them to work.
So eventually when I realized they paused the deposition,
they said, yo, we're going to go get a judge right now.
We've got to get this answer out of you.
I say, you know what?
I'm not going to use the shield law anymore.
As a matter of fact, I'll answer.
My answer is who gave me the information,
I don't recall.
And I don't.
That's the reality of it.
So today in federal court,
and by the way, I didn't have to appear,
but,
but, you know, I appeared for one reason,
and the judge gave me,
he gave me some assurance.
And by the way, shout to Judge Brendan Day,
salute to my guy,
good magistrate out of New Jersey,
federal court.
He said,
Meg's lawyers were trying to say that
what we do here
can't qualify as journalism.
So laws that protect journalists can never apply to us.
The judge basically, after questioning her and essentially Meg,
for a decent period of time,
they then reduced their stance to say,
no, that's not what we're saying or asking.
We're not saying that academics cannot get
protected by laws that protect journalists, especially, and I told the judge, because the judge
asked me, and I stood up, I represent myself, he said, act, are you trying to enforce the shield?
I said, well, in the deposition, I said, I'm not even going to use this shield law.
I'll give you an answer, which is I don't recall.
But the reason why I'm even showing up here to even challenge this motion is because if she gets a
blanket win on the shield law, it means for future cases where someone tries to twist my hand
to get information.
I can't use the fact that, number one, I run an entire media company, right?
And the judge's agree, but the judge did also agree with her and said, in this particular
situation, because you haven't shown us how journalistically this information was gotten,
we're going to grant that in part, right?
However, the judge also agreed with me to say,
I gave the answer already.
So the judge looked at them and said,
what do you think you're going to get from him
if he's already saying he gave you the answer?
And they're like, well, you know,
well, we want to ask some more probative
and follow-up questions in this and third.
And the judge asked me again, the judge says,
hey, act, is it your test?
Like, well, we weren't on the oath,
but he said,
Do you plan on still stick into your word or stick into your last testimony that you don't recall?
And I said, Judge, if you open up the deposition again, even though I feel this is harassment, I'm going to tell them that I don't recall because I don't recall who gave me that information.
I don't.
I drink a lot of alcohol.
I think I'm a, I wouldn't consider myself an alcoholic because that would actually preclude you from.
Persons and weapons in some cases.
But my memory is a little bit hazy.
It is.
The judge said, hey, listen.
And he said to their lawyer, hey, we can't read minds.
We don't know if he's telling the truth.
We don't know if he actually doesn't recall.
So they continue by saying, well, we want to ask follow-up questions.
The judge said to them, why don't you just get it in writing?
He'll, like, if it's one question, he did seven hours, just get him just, just
writing, write the question out.
They're like, oh, no, well, we need it.
And so the judge says, do you plan on calling Livingston Alley me to the stand in
Tory's trial?
They said, no, we don't, but we plan on using parts of his deposition as evidence.
It says, well, can't you introduce a written portion of his statements?
And they were like, no, we want him.
We want to, you know, because of some evidentiary stuff.
We want video.
And I think the judge weighed that.
So basically, you know, to cut this short, the judge said, hey, I'm going to allow them, well, at first he was saying 30 minutes, but he came back with 45.
He said, I'm going to give them 45 minutes to have another deposition with you.
So no seven hours, 45 minutes.
Their questions are barred from asking about Drake, State, Mickey, what you eat for breakfast.
Um, how much money you got in a bet.
Like none of that.
The judge literally told them that other BS is out of there.
But if you want to keep asking him the same question that he tells you, he's going to tell you the same thing, which I'm going to keep saying the same thing.
I don't recall because I don't recall.
That's where we're at.
So I'm going to sit with Rock Nation and Megastalian lawyers in the judge's chamber.
Shout to my man, I'm, um, um, Judge Brendan Day.
and I'm going to tell them how I don't recall how I got the information because I don't recall.
I'm sorry.
It's like they're trying to jog my memory.
And I told the judge, I said, Judge, they're trying to elicit an answer out of me that if I said under oath would be lying.
So I don't know.
So anyway, Judge made this order.
Apparently that trial is going to start in, when is the trial started?
It started in November.
So they got an expedited thing and the judge was trying to make sure to work with the schedule of the trial in Florida.
But the judge said, hey, listen, two important things, I am not making any ruling on you, your media company or anything else, that journalistically would not be protected.
What I am making a ruling is that based on this question that you did answer because you initially, and they kind of blame me a little bit with the judge did.
He said, because you initially said, I wouldn't tell you no matter what, I'm going to allow follow-up questions.
And I'm going to give 45 minutes.
She can't ask no more bullshit about Nikki, no more bullshit about Drake, no more bullshit about anything else other than the defendant and the plaintiff in what they would be saying this information ties to.
So again, chat, we'll go in there and, you know, we're going to hit the, you know, it's going to happen.
But I just want to say sad state of affairs, but there was no secret on this.
And I've seen a couple of pages report this.
Make sure you got a report this.
I gave them the answer the first time.
I walked up in court.
I got the transcript to the whole deposition.
See, I got the video.
I told the judge where it was at.
The judge said, I've seen it.
I said, judge, why should I sit again if I already said the answer?
They say, okay, well, they claim to have follow-up questions.
And to be fair, just because you answered in a way that seemed like you're using a shield law,
then you kind of backed off the shield law.
I'm going to allow them to ask a few following questions.
However, I can't force you to change your answer.
And I don't know if you're lying.
I got no reason to think you lied.
So if you don't remember, you don't remember.
Just tell them you don't remember.
So I guess we're going to have 45 minutes of me trying to jog my memory.
I'm going to think really hard over a lot of cups of.
Don Julio about where that info came from.
And if I can, if I could, like, you know, do my due diligence to figure it out,
maybe I could help them people.
Maybe.
Anyway, I didn't only tell you out of that story for that.
I ain't tell you.
I ain't tell you that story for that.
Now, I just want to tell y'all, chat, we are in an interesting time.
And I'm going to get through this quick.
Give me about 15 to 20 minutes.
I want to get through this quick
I want to get through this quick
because I know you guys are like
yo act fuck what you got going on
let's get to dirt
now chat I want to
really speak to y'all
because I love y'all
you're my family
and again I know sometimes
I'd be like your ac you be lying
especially when I say I'm about to come back
or I'm like about a stream the next day
and I get that but I hope that when you
when you hear me tell some of the information
actually there's some people who don't like
because they're like ah
act talks too much that's why he's in trouble
well, I rather give the truth to my audience.
And even if you judge me up, up down, left, the right,
I know you guys know I'm keeping the hundred with y'all.
And listen, I keep saying after I'm out of here,
I don't think there'll be another one who will be this opening up front,
maybe even at its detriment.
So it's all good.
I will say this.
I think we're in a sad state of affairs,
and I do also want to say I'm not one to play victim,
cry like, hey, I knew what I signed up for.
I came in a game for all of this.
Okay?
Now, only reason why I point these things out to y'all is that sometimes when y'all
like fully what's going on, you're probably just thinking I'm here having orgies or just
working on houses or whatever the fucking thing I'm doing.
No, there's a lot more going on even behind the scenes.
It is apparent now to me that Rock Nation and a few others,
other unscrupulous individuals or maybe companies have now taken the idea that they believe
that my company, myself, and others are the most influential people in media.
Because they can't fight us with maybe reverse propaganda or fight us just media for media,
whatever the fuck they've taken much harassing tactics now I'm saying this because I'm not
begging for sympathy this is to be very open with y'all okay now even when I was talking to the
judge today I told the judge I said judge the reason why I feel this is harassment
rock nation sent people to my house out of the last I don't know 70 70 75 days 40 days out of those
months people are parked out of my house. It's like a stakeout. Okay. Now, it's all good. You know what I mean?
I can pay the big bucks. I'm cool with it. I'm not tripping. I will tell you, and this is some of the
stuff I have to deal with, because, you know, these are my people. Now, I love them. They've expanded
their effort. They're now camping out of everybody who I know is crib, and it's not for me,
because they all know where I live at. And I guess after they hear Pluto a couple of times, they
realize let's not really linger around too much.
Okay, big shout to Big Pluto.
But I've gotten some information that there's several individuals that, you know,
you know, got to choose my words wisely here, that I'm cool with.
They've had in the last two weeks, and by the way, I've been monitoring the situation,
multiple private investigators are sitting outside their house, sitting outside their house.
including one of my top guys
except
except
except
most of their information is wrong
anyway
let me make this again
I know I say I'm short and I'm making it longer
so
you know
my boy
I don't know if you know
anybody familiar with Grand Wizard Chatting in here
anybody know Grand Wizard Chat nigger
my boy
Granny just hit a lick
feel me
moving on up to the east side
to the east side of Paul
missing the sky, whatever it is called, you know what I mean?
My boy just hit, he hit a lucrative lick,
just copped the new mansion, it's all good, right?
What I found out, because I'm managing a few things
with some transitions with him,
they send people, they've been camping out for 40,
they're there right now.
They're camping out at his neighbor's crib.
That's right next to his old crib.
So it's old house, the next door joint, they're camping out at.
Now you're probably saying, act.
What you're saying is bananas.
And trust me, chat, this is what I'm dealing with,
because these Rock Nation motherfuckers and these other unscrupulous individuals,
they are playing a very nasty game.
And it's okay.
We're welcome to play it with them, right?
We're welcome to play with them.
I get in court with them today.
It's all good.
We're going to make you content, though.
We go make you content now, okay?
We go make you content.
But I do want to say, chat, I want you to listen to this
because this is the most preposterous thing I ever heard.
I'm going to give you the short, and I know.
I've been saying this a lot.
These motherfuckers sat outside, somehow got phone numbers, texted,
saying, hey, we're not leaving outside until we see you.
We want to speak to you.
By the way, also, I need to know what,
Rock Nation got with Drake. What they got going on?
They were so unwilling to leave. They went and got
they went and got food for this motherfucker. I want you
to hear this. I need you to hear this chat. So, you know,
I never docks my guy. But just say this is in a far way land.
for you to get a private investigator out here,
you took a spaceship.
I want you to listen to this conversation.
And by the way, this conversation,
this voice you're not going to hear,
let's say, I got to be careful.
The person was trying to speak,
and we're going to call him the wizard now.
He wanted to speak to the wizard.
But maybe the wizard was using a voice changer.
Basically, he was using a voice changer.
Listen to this.
Here we are.
But I can tell you that is, I mean, there's criminal exposure in there.
Wait, hold on.
Let's go back.
Let's go back and dissect some of your words you're saying here.
All right.
First, you said, you said something about clipping.
Now, very important.
There's private investigators Rock Nation has, and I don't know what they got beef with Drake.
They're accusing, right?
By the way, let me not say it's actually Rock Nation because I have to be probed multiple times,
even though a lot of stars are aligning.
They refused to identify who their client was,
but they actually admitted that they were on assignment for their client.
And by the way, yo, chat, how many times we won't catch them lacking?
They admitted they were on assignment for their client to investigate the Academics RICO.
This is the Academics Media Empire RICO, except it's bigger than that.
No, this is the Drake RICO.
because I've listened to this before.
They don't want me, they want to drink.
Listen to this shit.
Please explain how clipping streamers and, you know,
different celebrities actually introduces getting the music botting.
You're kind of far off here.
That makes zero sense at all.
Let's dive into that.
Clipping?
What?
It's a collaborated effort, honestly.
It's one supporting the other, right?
That's how conspiracy actually actually work.
One entity supports other entities support the bigger.
So that's how these kind of things look.
Oh, oh.
Right.
So my role at clipping, are you saying my role as a clipper?
Because I am a clipper, you know?
Shots all my clippers out there.
Do not let Rock Nation run y'all off.
My clippers, I love y'all.
Y'all, y'all been doing your thing.
Keep clipping.
Shit, clip this right here.
Keep clipping.
Keep rocking out.
This, hey, let me tell you this, chat.
I showed up in court today
And this is why I want to give
Chat, I'm tell you, I'm staying 10 toes Bahamon
So I don't know why they act like thing
I'm saying 10 toes Bahamon
I'm showing up to federal court for this shit
That's a fact
You feel me?
I'm just saying I'm only addressing this
Because I've seen they've sent out the Autobots
On the rest of the squad
It's all good
Ain't anything bigger than the chat
It's all good
Hey
Let me just keep on
I don't believe that you're George.
So I'm not, you know.
Well, this is the wizard.
It's the whiz.
Grand Wizard chat, nigga, y'all.
Y'all got him.
Firstly, listen.
Clearly, the wizard talks to George because George had you call, right?
So, you know.
Who's the wizard then?
I'm obviously the wizard here.
To be fair.
I don't know who Grand Wizard is.
I want to put that on a record.
So anytime y'all diggers, I don't know who,
you know, Grand Wizard got my face as his thing.
I don't know who Grand Wizard is.
It's my boy, but he might be AI.
I think Grand Wizard is AI.
I swear.
You got to be AI.
It got to be AI.
Because when I, anything I say to him, he gives me the perfect answer.
I'm like, oh, this guy, this guy's AI.
He never sent me a selfie.
But listen, let's go, let's dive back to when you say,
listen, you're getting agitated.
I don't want you.
be agitated, we can handle this over dinner.
But you are being very, like, I don't want to go to dinner with someone who's acting like this way.
This is very, you guys are trying to ambush me and treat me like I'm the devil, like, as, as they would say, King's slime.
Now, here's a thing, chat.
Shout out to the ring cameras.
We found there was some unscrupulous, suspicious cars parked on the street of the crib.
My boy just left.
He got it up for rent.
He Airbnb in it.
You get what I'm saying?
bought a mansion in the hills.
So we seen the cars.
Oh, bet.
All right, cool.
This is what we did.
Gave them the motherfucking number
because we got to figure out
who they are.
They could be the ops.
They could be the ops, y'all.
They call.
They call.
We're like, oh, hell, no, this is.
Yo, Jay-Z, no way.
Hold up.
Right?
Like, this has been all day.
Okay.
You imagine somebody being outside of your house
tell you come out.
What?
They know not to come out.
You tell me to come out.
I'm coming out with three guns in my hands and Pluto, Princess, Prince, and Penny.
It's lit.
Don't tell me to come out.
I wish they would tell me to come out.
Tell me to come out.
Hey, act, we're outside.
What?
All right, let's go, guys.
Let's go.
All right, let me grab this, this.
I guess I could max payment.
Let's go.
Let's go.
All right, listen.
you know
so you're accusing
okay
let's talk a little more
and then I'll think about it
okay
so Drake bought his music
that's what you're trying to say
allegedly
I'm 100% sure he does
you're 100% sure
you're
you rock nation
what's I got going on man
rock nation
make the stallion
all of these people
what's I got going on
man
Drake telling y'all other niggins bought y'all try to get that drink cause y'all think he bought come on come on man so why are you certain the evidence shows that but why does the biggest artist in the world need a bought his music if he's the biggest artist in the world you said what the fuck steak got to do with this
just talk about steak oh talk about steak yeah let's let's speak now i don't want to i know i know the investigator's name
By the way, I looked up their credentials.
Again, I don't want to docks them because I don't want none of y'all harassing them.
Apparently, they worked in cyber frauds, money laundering frauds, all type of fraud.
I don't know if they're investigating botting or what.
I don't know what they're investigating.
Think about steak.
I love steak.
Okay.
What are your thoughts on steak?
Do they pay you?
Do they pay me?
Well, depending if the slots hit, you ever heard of sweet bonanza a thousand?
I'm asking if they pay you...
What work do I do?
Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
How my name get up in the mix, Shorty?
Stick to the plan.
No, I'm asking if they pay you to do the work that you do.
What work do I do?
On the academic
On behalf of Drake
Do they take you to do the work that you do?
Yo, chat
Could we, at some point
We got to say like
This whole like
Megastalian rock nation
Like, cuckoo nation
Like, they're losing it.
Like, they're losing it.
Um,
ma'am,
I'm just a gambler on steak.
I love the product.
Do you ever heard of Eddie Craven?
I, I am,
being honest.
Listen.
I don't know if this is like,
if George thinks that this is going to help him or not,
I don't know.
I don't think so.
Listen,
I just want to know
why you think Drake bots his music,
because this is a very harsh allegation.
This is a man's craft here you're talking about.
He's perfected his craft over his tenure
of his huge music career,
and you're trying to diminish it
with some Kendrick Lamar allegations?
Yeah, I know.
I know.
know all I know about I know who you are Stephanie I'm a I'm a fan listen I'm a fan you I know how
you sat outside of outside of one of my castles shout to Graham with the castles man

It's going crazy!
I ain't going to let my niggas go out like DJ head!
Are you dumb?
Okay, so that makes you my fans?
Well, I think you're like a...
Like, you're kind of stalking me, and it's kind of weird.
Why?
I don't get it.
I'm just publishing my free right of free speech.
You're harassing me.
To come here and talk to you.
Focus up, chat.
Focus up.
Who the hell hired you?
And by the way, chat, I guarantee, yo, whoever's in that vehicle, don't ask,
hey, first of all, you're at the wrong house.
I'm going to say this right now because I know you're there right now.
I see you on the ring camera, okay?
Not from the place you think I see you.
Okay, leave my man's alone, right?
Leave my man alone.
He don't live it anymore.
Get over it.
Have you ever heard of Pearson and Hardman?
Excuse me?
Do you know Pearson and Hardman?
That's a great law firm.
What law firm?
Emmanuel Esquire?
Quinn Emmanuel who just had me in court today?
Rock,
Nashon?
Nassion.
The what law firm?
Emmanuel Squire, right?
Emmanuel Squire.
Listen.
So,
Yo, chat, that's the new name for Graham.
Wizard.
Wizard just sounds lit.
Right?
We've been calling him Grandi for too long.
It's wizard.
It's like the Oracle, like Wizard.
I've seen the finance, some financials already,
but I'm curious to hear, like,
if you can be honest about anything.
Because right now I'm just like...
How much...
I ain't going to lie.
My boy, Granny, I remember my boy, Granny bought the Ferrari,
and I was even like, hold on, I'm like, hold on, oh,
let's focus up.
Like, wait, hold on, Grant, you bought a what?
So, yeah.
So, yeah, no, I bought a little Ferrari.
What's the problem?
Do you think I get paid yet?
Yeah.
Because, listen, if I was getting paid, honestly, I would probably be, you know, living like a boss.
You know, maybe that.
So you're trying to say I get paid?
My relationship with Aiden?
A great streamer.
One of the forefront of streaming.
Aiden, who?
Aiden.
Yeah, yeah.
There's a couple Aden's.
I don't either going, you either are who you, but I'm not going to interpig you.
Who do you think I am?
This is the wizard.
Who do you think I am?
It's the wizard.
Hey, let me tell you how this.
I want to, I want to make this very clear.
Grand is a, I think he's an AI.
I give you, I once, this is actually fact.
This is no trocheon.
So, let's say allegedly, because they'll be asking about this, too.
They're going to ask him about it.
Like, how did you get your Instagram page back?
I told you that.
You know when Drake allegedly?
He was giving me grand.
Well, I'm grand.
You know what Drake said to me, Drake said,
Yo, Ick, stop playing.
You're grand.
I'm like, wait, I'm grand.
Grand is an AI.
He's not like, he's not like a thing.
He's like a, he's an AI.
Even Drake thinks he's me.
Why do you think that?
One, because you're American.
I'm American.
Let's skip through this a little bit, all right?
Listen, but because you're bombarding me and you're treating me like the villain.
You're treating me like King's slime.
You're cheating me.
You're coming to my house, harassing me, harassing the family, harassing my neighbors.
Okay, I'm going to skip back here.
I'm banned off deliveroo.
I can't order it.
Oh, no, look.
And let's have a conversation.
So listen, my address.
Hold on, hold on, hold on.
I got to skip past that.
I can't show that.
My bad.
It's an AI.
He don't live nowhere.
He lives in the...
What's it called?
What the verse they call?
And let's have a conversation.
Let's start with sober.
All right.
The only way I'll come outside.
I'm hungry.
There's no food.
There's no food in here.
Bring me food and I'll come outside.
Bring me food.
Have food to bring you.
But if you want to order some food while we chat,
like, please, please do.
I'm banned off.
I'm banned off deliveroo.
I'm banned off deliveroo.
I can't order it.
My boy, my boy, you.
He was the finesse one too many times.
He got banned.
What's the problem?
Why?
Listen, the black ball is real.
The Israeli party banned me off delivery,
banned me off DoorDash,
Uber Eats.
It's getting bad.
Just bring me some hungry jacks and I'll come.
Hmm.
Hmm.
What's hungry jacks?
Something like,
it's not like some shit I should be eating.
What?
Don't tell me grand is eating better than me.
We can do McDonald's.
Oh, okay.
There we go.
McDonald's works.
Grand got good taste
Grand got good taste
This I know Grand's an AI
Grand got good taste
What are you trying to
You said what
What are you trying to eat
Bozo? Oh my God
Yo
Rot Nation and them is setting out the squirrels
Like it's the squirrels to handle the squad
What
A chicken Big Mac
A chicken Big Mac nigga
A chicken Big Mac?
Before I know
If you could
come outside so I could see that you are there and all who you say you are, then I will go get you food and bring it to you and we'll have a conversation.
Very thoughtful of you.
So how do you want me to verify that I'm the wizard, the wizard of the chat?
I guess.
But if George would bite...
Hold on.
I'm going to skip something.
Oh, it's correct.
Because there was signs all over that it was Israel, honestly.
If you want to say...
I think there's been public information that maybe that's not how it went down.
Oh, here we go.
Instagram?
Watch, watch.
Instagram.
Phone text.
Yo, Jay-Z, you got to put a leash on this shit, bro.
Why you got beef with the goat?
You're not the goat?
The goat is Drake.
And stuff, like, these hackers, I posted free Palestine a lot like 100 times.
Oh, no.
So they ask about.
about Grand Wizard's page being hacked?
Because there was signs all over that it was Israel.
Here we go.
Okay, sir, what is your Instagram?
Uh, handle them.
Grand Wizard Chat Niga.
Grand Wizard Chat Naga.
That's a fact.
Okay, and then, so tell me about that hack.
Uh, some, you know, I think it, I think it was Israel who hacked my account, Israel.
Greer, why can't tell me it was Israel?
What the hell?
You guys didn't see what happened to Charlie Carlin?
Charlie Kirk, I want no parts of that type of stuff.
I'm good.
I want to talk about Jamaica.
Leave me alone.
What?
Israel hacked it.
No.
Because there were signs all over that it was Israel.
Honestly.
Israel.
Oh, hell no.
Grant never told me.
He thought Israel took his account.
And because I do, I do...
So on my account, I do push pro-Palestinian support, pro-Gaza support.
And I post...
posted free Palestine the next day I was hacked locked out of my accounts you know a hundred
times like I was getting email password resets to my emails I was I was getting phone
text and stuff like these hackers I posted free Palestine a lot like a hundred times

I know customer service duh customer support what I went through the procedure that they say and I went through the chat
shot to the chat they were able to recover it how else I go through the terms of service how if you want to say if you know that I think I think there's been public information that maybe that's not how it went down so you're going off you're going off things people say on
the internet?
What?
Hang off things people stay on the internet.
I mean, you know, certain people, some things they say and claim about, you know, can you
tell me about your relationship with academics?
Yo, y'all use grok, I use grandi.
I'm sorry.
Y'all use grok, I use grand.
Yo, y'all, when y'all be like, yo, is it going to rain today or how do submarines last
on the water for like 200 days?
I say, grand, how does submarines?
That's my AI.
Grand is my AI.
I don't know his name.
I don't know his person.
I don't even know if he got,
what he do got feelings.
But that's what all the new AI's got.
They got feelings.
But that's my AI.
Y'all use Grock.
I use Grendi.
I'm sorry.
Get mad.
I'm followed by him on Instagram.
Yeah.
Says it in my bio.
Yeah.
and do you run academics TV for him?
I only've had multiple people tell us that you knew,
people that work with you, other chat, right?
Other what?
I ain't a line in the chat.
Yo, we're not YSEL.
We not Yself.
Hold up now.
Hold up.
Yo, your chat, we're not Y'i cell.

Nah, we not know why I sell shit.
We don't know why I sell shit, man
What a whole gang full of just rats
No way, not over here
There's the chat over here
That's what the media says
But I have zero zero affiliation now
You know
You know you know we've had other conversations
Right other conversations were had
Before I flew all the way down here
Listen
Listen, listen
Things that he says in the media
Listen you're not let me speak
Please don't speak over me.
Don't speak over to wizard.
Don't speak on to wizard.
Things that he says in the media for clout is because he wants to give me followers.
Honestly, like, he can say anything.
It doesn't, like, it's not true.
I don't run that page.
I don't have time to.
I run Grand Wizard Chatting out.
I'm a big meme page.
Why, I don't have time to run these other pages.
What do you not understand here?
Have you never heard of a social media manager?
Work with you and have worked with you.
I'm friends with Aidan Ross and Drake.
I hire 100 interns.
Chat who?
Chat bros?
I only go by chat niggas.
I'm not saying that word, so you know what I mean.
And you know that we've talked to them already.
Right?
You know that.
What?
You know, maybe you don't know what they told us.
Yo, who's the why I so Woody and the chat niggas, man?
Hold on.
I can tell you.
Yo, by the way, yeah, you, ma'am, whoever you are, I don't train my AIs to say the word nigger.
That's not in our vernacular.
They're ayes.
I don't train them to do that.
They're usually politically correct.
Feel me?
And if they ever say this in my voice, because I'm a nigger, I can say it.
I'm gangster.
I'm with it.
I'm not gangster.
It seems like you don't have anything factual here.
It's quite frankly, it seems that you don't have anything factual here because,
Listen, I'm not gonna I'm not gonna I'm not gonna I'm not gonna I'm not gonna I'm not gonna I'm not gonna lie I'm gonna tell you the truth here all your sources are from the internet
True. They're not from the internet

Shut the fuck up
Interviews right I know you I know you know we've had them right because I I
In fact, I'm certain you know that if you are who you say you are
Right?
Give me a name of someone we spoke to last week.
Oh, man.
By the way, chat, they've been talking to everybody.
It's called social media management.
Stop assuming things.
Are you saying you hire people to bought for you
or that you have higher people to do you guys meet in Discord
and talk about these campaigns?
Wait, wait, what are they talking about?
Right.
Who are?
Who are doing?
Who are.
Who are doing to work and have been paid.
by you and work for you at your direction.
What?
And I know academics doesn't have access to his academics TV
because I've told you do.
Nobody works at my direction.
Well, that's not...
I just hire people for views.
It's called social media management.
Stop assuming things.
Are you saying you hire people to bot for you
or that you hire people to do you guys meet in Discord
and talk about these campaigns.
Let's get something truthful out.
Can you at least acknowledge that happens?
What's with...
Now, chat, I'm going to be very honest.
And before all the pages,
I know page is going to grab this.
We've narrowed it down.
So it's either one or two people.
It's either Kendrick slash UMG
who are trying to do their counter intel on Drake,
or this is Rock Nation.
Why would I say it's Rod Nation?
Because while trying to pursue this Tory, whatever,
but we want to get at Drake, Mickey, Act thing,
they have gone deeper down a rabbit hole to think that there is a cabal
with how clippers are making some of their artists and their propaganda look.
They think there's money behind it.
They think Drake has put money behind it to make them look stupid.
They're not thinking that maybe they just look stupid.
So they think there is some concerted effort.
So that's why that could be Rock Nation.
The other part is UMG slash the TDE niggas.
Remember I told you when I met with Anthony Seller.
And when I went to the Kendrick show, he said he tried to put,
not say try, he said he put a PI on Grand.
I told you how this, right?
Like, go dig up the audio.
I said this.
Now, I can't just blame him because they have went to about five or ten other people,
some that are in relation to our situation and some that we know them, but they're not necessarily
completely with us.
So this is why, you know, it's kind of interesting.
This is between Rock Nation, TDE, and UMG, honestly.
And by the way, I do business with UMG.
So I think I'm, you should know I'm keeping it a buck.
I don't know what it is.
I know none of these weirdos show up to my crib,
but they know like, don't, why would you show up to my crib
when I say everything online?
And also, might as well show up with like a subpoena, right?
So I think that's why they don't do it to me.
But I think they're like fishing for like all these other people.
They've been outside multiple residences of what they believe is Grand's crib,
his castles, some incorrectly, for two weeks now.
they've gotten at a few other people won't mention their names.
And then they keep bringing up, by the way,
they keep bringing up this one name.
And if anybody knows this person, Alex Ochoa,
I have no idea who this is.
They investigate you too.
I don't know what they don't.
Okay.
I'll play a little bit more and then we're getting to Dirk stuff.
You and bots.
No one bots.
Okay.
By the way, the reason why I'm saying maybe not Rock Nation
is because they keep mentioning.
bot and why the fuck would you try to investigate the nigger who's claiming that y'all bot or there's
bots over there unless maybe it's a counter way to deal with your thing right um so that's the only
reason why i don't think it's rock nation but all these lame tactics for the most part i've came
from rock nation why rock nation have people outside my house consistently daily for 40 days out of like
70. So I'm thinking that's them, but I'm already in court with them, right? So I'm in court
with them. So maybe they're just like trying to figure out who are these other people, which by
the way, from what I know, Grand Wizard Chatnick is an AI. I don't know him to be a real person. I don't
know. I don't even know. So when I hear that he has a residence, I'm like, oh, this is like
the multiverse. Like, wait, AI's got cribs? I didn't know. Then I found out, oh, he does have an
Airbnb in the neighborhood that they're in. And that's how they identified him. Thank you to
the neighborhood watch. To post rap news in the hip hop culture. I am the culture. Shade room fell off.
Okay, drama, bro, shout out BLM, but me and my niggas are running the media. We are running,
we post rap news. There's some AI shit. My niggas are running the shit. That's the fact.
Are you BLM? Yo, Dan, what up with you, bro? You said, how much of AI is it? Oh, they're whispering.
So it seems like it's a woman and a man because the man's not talking, but he chimes and sometimes, but they're whispering.
I'm sorry, say that again.
We just hire people to post-wrap news, you know?
I just hire them to post-rap news, you know?
I don't think so.
Like, I know you guys, you know, do more than that.
It's more of a collaborated effort.
It's not just like I hire random people to post things.
I mean, yes, you do do that.
Yes, we've seen that.
but it's much larger than that.
So, you know.
Are you recording me right now?
Are you recording me right now?
No.
W-A-I.
Would you even be honest?
I'm not even sure we've had an honest thing come out.
We have.
Are you answering?
Yes or no.
Stop pivoting.
Are you recording?
Make.
I've never agreed to making any statement.
Are you trying to intimidate the witness?
Wizard?
Yo, chat, we are launching the Wizard AI.
It just came to mind.
We're working with a developer right now.
There's a couple of developers that we were working on some other shit.
Yo, Grant, we have to work on the Wizard AI.
Every chat, nigga, needs to download this.
Shout out to Grock, but you need the Wizard.
Fuck that.
The Wizard AI is fire.
We need that.
The Wizard AI?
The lion isn't scared of the small dark that barks.
You know?
Ooh, I like that.
I like that.
Mm-hmm.
No, I'm not.
Went over her head.
Went over ahead.
Listen.
You were recording me without my permission.
Yeah.
Big facts.
You never said that anything I said will be recorded.
I'll post right now on my story.
I think, you know, hoping that you could be.
support and you know like also provide evidence like other people have or you could take the
stand that you're taking that you don't want to.
All right.
Who's the client and I'll give you the address of my of the Melbourne?
Who's the client?
We can stop going around in circles, you know, chasing the.
So, you know, we're trying to ascertain the information of are you working for Rock Nation?
Are you working for TD?
Are you working for UMG?
We don't know.
Like, again, it's.
one is one of the three of them i i i'm inclined to think rock nation because rock nation has spent
millions of dollars for a lawsuit that they're filing against a woman that don't got millions of
dollars respectfully rabbit because listen the man who chases two rabbits catches neither okay so listen
i like the accent switch let me you know it's like r p you you put slash accent shift and this
what happens tell me the client and we can go
ahead and I'll give you the address.
I'm not going to.
Like the address where you are is really not that important to me.
If you want to meet, great.
Then figure out how long it would take you to get here.
Now, keep in mind, I got it.
I see some people saying TDE.
I don't want to accuse anyone.
To me, Rot Nation is most likely culprit.
I do think UMG is in the mix because the only reason why I say UMG might be in the mix,
this might be a counterplay.
Like I listened through the whole.
thing, there's much more audio too.
Like, this is about an hour here, then there's more.
They keep caught.
By the way, they left, like, as of, before I got on stream, 20 minutes of four, the food
that he asked for, this was yesterday.
They dropped at the Airbnb spot.
They seen it on the camera.
So whatever food he said, they dropped it.
They're hoping that this AI of a person, Grand Wizard, was going to walk out the door to
talk to them.
Now, the reason why I'm saying might not be Rot Nation, but it's still.
might be because it doesn't relate to Meg that much.
They didn't really ask about Meg.
I'll be honest.
They didn't really ask about Meg.
But still, we all realize Meg's people who are probing aren't only asking about Meg.
Those Rock Nation people are asking about Drake, Botton, steak, Nikki.
They're asking about mad different things.
So we don't know necessarily if it's them.
But it is kind of like pointing to maybe even universal or maybe, um, what was these people,
TDE. Now, the reason why I might say TDE is literally because I sat with Anthony Silley and he
said I put a P.I. on him. Now, here's a thing, and I want to be fair to him, he said he put a P.I.
on Grand. I have five people telling me they have cars sitting outside at this moment. I'm not,
I'm not talking about it in the past. Right now. They have cars sitting outside. I told them all.
I'm like, call the cops on them. They're more gangston than me because they're like, no, whatever, whatever. Oh, they're
talking to this person in the community we know bro you have a weird car sitting there and
they're calling you and texting you saying come outside you don't know who the fuck they are they
won't even identify themselves why the you know i mean so i you know the t die e guys anthony he never
said that he was doing it to other people but maybe they are because they do bring up the the
conversation of academics tv so that could be them but then they bring a button and i'm thinking
about botten maybe that's
Kendrick's people TDE people
that's saying well we're going to
prove in a reverse way and when I say TDE
it could be interchangeable with PG land
Botten could be interchangeable
botten the language of
botan could be interchangeable with
since y'all are accusing us a
botan we're going to get proof that
y'all bought or that y'all have something
going on to get y'all to stop
accusing us because there's been heavy accusations
about Kendrick T.D. or PG-Lang at this point doing some nefarious things, right?
Okay, but it could be UMG as well, because UMG is getting accused of inflating things in this and third.
Maybe their way of getting drink to stop is to prove that he has his own shady tactics he's doing,
that he would probably be embarrassed if it came to light that they could get him to settle or get him to dismiss.
I don't know.
I'm opening up all possibilities.
these is three culprits.
Everybody in the chat,
this is going to be on YouTube.
Who is it?
Is it Rock Nation,
the usual suspects?
Is it UMG
who might be saying,
well,
y'all are accusing us of doing this?
Let's try to figure out some dirt on y'all
and we're going on public information,
which, by the way,
this is really bad info
if you think that Drake is bottom through us.
Y'all, I'm telling you.
I'll say this is Drake now.
Drake, you slide me a million dollars.
I won't say it bad.
worried about you for another year you feel me
Drake never give me a dollar in his life that's a fact so and also my
niggas Drake is not cutting tags Drake is cheap Drake only buy bitches purses and
bags and cars and shit Drake do not at least us you don't be like oh act like you
guys are doing such a great job and you guys hold me down here's half a million
we don't get nothing so you know anybody who rocks with me
their disposition or their angle to anything,
most chat niggas are pro-drake.
I'm got to be honest, right?
They're pro-drake.
So if you think they're just going to be,
no, they're pro-drake.
Not by payment, just by they like the dude.
They watch me.
I've been a Drake fan my entire life.
So they have this whole theory.
It's kind of whack.
But whatever, we'll get into it
because we're going to make a content.
But then it could be TDE.
They're the only people that agreed with me that they put PIs on people
and that they knew all the info about grand
and maybe this is the next step.
Also, when I got into the argument with Anthony,
he literally told me, said, academics.
I'm upset because these niggas took my phone via a federal subpoena
because they believe that I paid for bots.
And maybe his way of counteracting it,
Because they're really upset at Grand because they believe he's the wizard, which he is, running the academics TV platform.
They want him to essentially, they want to figure out stuff on him to try to use against Drake.
But Drake don't tell Grand nothing to do.
And Grand is an AI.
Like he could, you know what I mean?
He just moves off what he believes is right.
and I don't know, Grant.
And Grant is a figment of everybody's imagination.
I'll play like two more minutes than we'll get on to Derrick.
Okay, I'm going to say, at this point, I'll say that you have a right not to incriminate yourself.
You know, you have a right to an attorney if you want to hang up and not.
And by the way, this is whack.
You little $2 private investigators, don't try to read Miranda Rice to me.
my niggas, bro. Don't remember, like you can't arrest nothing. Meg, we're going to go to a million
hearings and we're going to bleed your pockets. That's why I show up without a lawyer. You ain't got
nothing against me. And if you do, we'll go that route too. Y'all keep paying lawyers a million
dollars every two months for a bunch of bullshit to investigate. Some of these people y'all are
calling are children.
They're 16-year-old who this is their first job, which is might be the click a button.
They don't know what's going on.
Good job.
Keep spending y'all attorney money.
Keep having people stake out of, y'all are staking out of minors' houses because they like a
particular artist and they might be endearing to the chat niggas.
Keep doing that.
But y'all is spending real hard.
This is not cheap.
This motherfucker admitted they were on a flight over 12 hours to go get to this person.
Keep doing that.
Continue this conversation.
That's fine.
At this point,
you're claiming that you're George.
George,
what is your last name?
Like,
I understand.
I don't know who you are.
You can't even answer any question that I've presented to you.
And I don't even know that you are who you claim to be.
I answered,
I answered everything.
Big Alast said that.
There we go.
If you would like, you know where I'm at.
You know I'm here outside your castle.
So if you want to have a conversation before I go, then let's do it.
A real honest, like sit down face to face.
You see mine.
I see yours.
Pause.
You see mine.
I see yours.
Don't, oh, don't sexually harass my boy now.
You see mine.
I see yours.
Hold up now.
We're in a Me Too era.
Did he went to jail for that shit?
Do you know who you're talking to?
You flew 14 hours though.
You obviously, I have a big castle on Mel.
Why would I not state to Big Castle on Melbourne?
I have a big castle on Canada, you know?
Y'all got a, yo, hey, yo, whoever the private investigator is,
y'all went to the wrong place, wrong continent.
Maybe it's because I'm friends with 6'9, but...
It's in Canada.
Y'all got to get there.
Big Castle on Canada.
You have a...
You like Canada?
Big Aloste there.
You know, I got a big castle over there and, you know, Texas.
Got some castles going on.
You know, big castle.
Big castles.
We love castles.
One in L.A.
Gotta get the one in, you know what I mean, hitting hills.
LA.
We love L.A.
You do?
There's another one too.
Your approach, like, I understand.
I understand.
I get you.
And me and you are kind of the same, you know.
Your approach always involves constant assessment
and pivoting when necessary and, you know,
seeking out additional resources and capabilities, you know,
and capabilities.
This is a great AI.
You know, you are...
Yo, Elon, if you want to buy this version of The Wizard,
highlight us.
This is top tier.
Yo, chat, we're selling this version of the AI.
We've kept Grandi for too long.
We're selling this version of AI.
Grock could never do this shit.
Like a legend, but I'm the Grand Wizard.
We got a big castle in New Jersey and...
Conicizable.
You're invited.
You're invited, Steph.
What's in New Jersey?
The biggest castle.
Do you want to come over?
You like, dinner.
Dinner's on me.
We can pour up a glass of that Anda, you know?
You ever drink some Onda?
Yo, chat, the internet's going to break when one day I'm like,
Grant, come on out, come on out, Grant.
And Grant walks in here, and y'all going to realize,
It's one day.
One day.
We're working on the tech.
We working on the tech.
Hey, chat.
All right.
I'll wrap it here.
But I'll say this, man.
I don't like how the harassment been going on with my guys.
Grand had to come over here for a little bit.
He's staying with me.
Pluto's getting used to him.
But for all y'all, like, you know, private investigators and everything looking for Grand Wizard,
y'all know my address.
He's here.
Before y'all get to him, there's a couple of options.
but he's here cooling and I'm my it's my it's my AI you know we're working on a tech and
hopefully we sell to Elon must that started like you know billion dollar play and
shout to Grock but we're trying to make a competitor y'all can see everything you heard from
there that was a blurred version of um an AI so anyway let's get on to the regular stream chat
but but I want to let you know I've been monitoring there is three or four PIs currently in vans
sitting outside houses and i just wanted to let you know and send them a message that um
the big sixer is aware and also um you know academics is aware of the a i's and and the ones
a i try on the track it's all good okay we should get on to the dirk um situation chat if you guys
have not if you guys have not been to the academy dot blog please get over there quickly um there was a florian
of new documents that was filed
in court, a flurry.
And these things
contain so much details.
Usually you have to become a
Patreon member to see this stuff chat.
But for this one, this was
called pro bono.
Y'all got to see this shit because the feds
are alleged a lot of stuff. They even accuse
Dirk of
trying to paint the
feds in a negative light
by sending out his lawyers to do
multiple interviews. One that included
with me. We did an interview with Drew Finland, his attorney, on off the record, where he explained
a bunch of stuff, and also he then subsequently went on Vlad TV. So let's get into some of these
motions that are given so much talking points when it comes to the dirt case. Now, let's be very clear.
And by the way, I'm monitoring. I hear my dogs have a little bit more motion. I don't think
Rock Nation has entered a property yet. It wouldn't be wise of them, but you never know. I'm probably
You're going to have to bring in Big Plu in a little bit before the cops call me.
Like, yo, your neighbors say they can't.
Okay.
Give me, give me about, remind me in about like eight minutes.
If in eight minutes, I'm bringing the, I'll bring the boys in.
Maybe the girls.
I don't know.
Maybe the girls.
Okay.
So, so in some new documents that were filed, I want to give you the latest and I want to give you the breakdown.
in, you know, short form before I get to the long form documentary.
So, Dirk is at a place where remember that his trial was supposed to start in October,
it got pushed back essentially to January.
He essentially didn't agree with it, but everybody else agreed with it.
Why did he want a quicker trial?
He wanted a quicker trial because he is the person who they claim with the least amount of evidence.
He said, she said, and I told you, they will not lock him up permanently.
in a federal trial unless they have some cooperators.
So the way that he could try to counteract that is while they don't, you know,
they might have one or two cooperators that they listed as quote, quote, co-conspirators and didn't reveal their name,
but they don't have some of the key guys yet.
So you know what Dirk is doing?
Dirk is like, fuck that.
Let's get the trial immediately that before you could threaten these guys and flip them and give them more information that they flip on me,
you guys got to come with what you got.
obviously some of the other guys,
some of the guys who are accused of being shooters
and there might be some more evidence on them.
They're like, well, we're not going to rush to trial
and go sink our entire chances again.
Now, that quickly,
especially when we could probably try to suppress some evidence,
we could do this in third.
So there's two diametrically opposed strategies.
If you're one of the shooters that they have dead to rights
or you're, say, OTF Vani,
who they believe bought the gloves in ski masks,
skin bought the accessories that the shooters used, you want to delay the trial.
Why do you want to delay the trial?
Because you want to try to suppress some of the shit.
You don't want all the stuff being admitted into evidence because you can be like, hey,
this is a, this is just a honest, listen, I know, you know, 2020, we're out of COVID times,
but it's like, hey, this was our procedure.
We usually move around this for incognito, make up whatever excuse you want.
So that would be their demeanor to things, right?
Like, hey, we're going to, whatever, whatever.
Okay, cool.
Dirk wants to get the trial immediately.
Dirk is like, yo, shit, I know y'all ain't got everybody flipping on me.
Maybe I got one or two, but them one or two y'all got right now.
Don't got that much of a tie to me.
I got plausible deniability.
Y'all got to convict me beyond a reasonable doubt.
I could explain it away.
Why were you in L.A.?
Well, I went to do a podcast.
I went to do a video shoot.
I went to do this.
Why did you go on the thing with him?
Well, this is the guy I've been rolling around a lot with.
Oh, well, the guy said that you told him.
this well i didn't tell him that uh there was a general sentiment that why would i have to tell people to
go kill somebody for vaughn when everybody knew that vaughn got killed these guys are from some some of
his blocks these guys had more reason to do it not saying you would point the finger but he had some
plausible deniability right so he wants to go to trial quick they want to go to trial later the judge
subsequently agreed with like pretty much the other dudes and essentially they're going to be
going to trial like they set for january but it might
even be delayed more. Now, in that, because they're not going to go to trial now, Dirk is
proceeding with what's called a motion to dismiss. Dirk is saying this case is bullshit.
And by the way, another bunch of other inmates to say, nah, this case is bullshit.
You don't got what you need to really prosecute this. Now, what motion to dismiss on his face
value is that, listen, there isn't enough probable cause given especially discovery or any other
information as came out that would warrant this case to be heard by a jury. Okay, keep in mind,
let me give you the levels of proof that you need to get to a place where you go to trial.
So, bingo, usually for a detainment, you need reasonable suspicion. We reasonably
have a suspicion that you committed a crime. What could that mean? Yo, there's a nigger with,
there's a nigger with, I don't know, a scar on his left cheek.
I know it says right, but okay, this is right on the yasker.
There's a nigger with a scar on his right cheek that I saw walking away from the body.
Immediately, a police is going to stop you and they're going to have the authority to stop you
and detain you because of reasonable suspicion.
Usually in most states, again, this is a federal case, but I'm just giving you some legal basis.
In most states, a reasonable suspicion.
will allow the police to at least stop you, detain you, and identify you
while they continue that investigation.
Now, the further step up from reasonable suspicion will be probable cause.
Probable cause could be on face value,
especially if you're driving a car, you should know this.
Probable cause is why they're going to go in your car without a warrant.
Now, when you drive on, you know, state roads or even federal roads or even municipal roads, all roads, period, there is laws throughout the land that says that if a cop deems that there is probable cause, he could search your car.
He doesn't have to call a judge, whatever, whatever.
Now, it's only for cars.
If there's probable cause that you've got a dead body inside your house, they got to call a judge.
Got to, okay?
Now, I'm giving you these situations because I'm trying to explain.
I want everything to be mad simple to y'all, right?
So that's probable cause.
How does probable cause happen with arrest?
Now, probable cause means there is more than,
there is evidence that suggests that a crime not only was committed,
because that's reasonable suspicion, right?
It suggests that there might be evidence of a crime
or you might be the culprit that committed the crime.
That usually is the law for people to arrest.
So, for example, if, you know what I mean, the cop shows up, somebody's dead, you got blood over your shirts,
they could arrest you on probable cause and you have a knife in your hand with blood on it.
They could arrest, they don't have to act to judge.
They could arrest you on probable cause.
Now, here's a thing about much more intricate cases and cases that also involve, like, for example, federally,
because there isn't like a federal police department,
yes, I know we have the FBI,
but they're not like municipal.
Probable cause is usually not determined by a FBI agent,
a HSI agent, or any agent of any federal bureau.
They usually submit what's called a complaint
or they usually submit some type of affidavit,
and the probable cause is usually,
enacted on by the what's called a USA, a prosecutor.
So for example, so just to be clear, in state or in state, in anything below federal,
if someone is dead, you got a knife in your hand dripping of blood, your shirt's full of blood,
they're going to arrest you and they could just charge you with murder.
And then the prosecutors have to deal with that, right?
The reason why the feds have such a high conviction rate is because you won't get,
a charge until the AUSA agrees with the investigator.
They have to sign off on the complaints or they have to present a possible bill of charges,
which is called an indictment to a grand jury that gets signed off on by majority vote,
which is usually 23 people, 12 has to vote that there is a true bill.
Okay.
Why did I explain that to you?
Because in the event that you get charged, sometimes information could come out or maybe you have a response to the charges you've got to say, hey, why you charge me, here's the explanation for this.
This shouldn't have been a charge.
I'm motioning to dismiss it because it's not valid.
Right?
Dirk tried that before because he had claimed that they used lyrics to present to a grand jury who came back with an indictment, right?
The indictment is the bill of charges.
And they said those lyrics were recorded before the death of L'O.Pop.
The prosecutors changed it expeditiously and came back with another indictment that didn't include lyrics because the lyrics indeed were not referring to L'O'Pop.
pop. Okay, so where are we now?
Dirk, after realizing that this trial is going to get postponed, is now once again challenging
the validity of these charges.
He did it with a motion to dismiss.
And there's a couple other inmates who are mimicking that with their lawyers, but they're saying
that, hey, listen, y'all don't have enough evidence that suggests that I had nobody killed.
How do you know that I told somebody go kill somebody?
What's the fuck y'all talking about?
So the prosecutor has to respond to that.
And also because Dirk is constantly going forward with asking for a bond,
they keep giving additional reasons why they think Dirk should not be let out on a bond.
Okay.
So there's two issues, dismiss the charges fully.
But even if the charges aren't dismissed, at times if the charges look weak,
the prosecutor could, not prosecutor, the judge could say,
I'm going to let this person out on a bond,
especially when you're offered millions of dollars,
this, that, and third.
By the way, this happened in the Diddy case,
and I'm not going to lie,
that was a huge thing where Diddy offered $50 million,
and somehow the prosecutors were still able to convince the judge
that Diddy was so dangerous,
you shouldn't give him a $50 million bond.
So let's get into some of this paperwork here,
and I'm going to read through it.
Again, I gave you the short, so now you're going to get the long.
Pause, right?
Now, this was filed in federal court on the 6th,
And I have to let you all know if you guys are tired, if you guys want me to just skip through this, this is where we do most of our work.
Relax, okay?
All right.
So let me go through this entire paperwork.
By the way, we have three of them to do.
And afterwards, we could get on to other topics, but we have to get through this expedition.
Thank you to drill.
By the way, if you guys have any way you drill, please don't make this one three-hour thing.
I think people tend to not watch the whole.
whole three-hour thing. If you just make it one three-hour clip, cut it up where we're talking about
different pieces of this situation. Thank you. All right. So what's going to happen is that
there was a new motion and there's a motion by the government because the government, you know,
they're trying to make Dirk seems like the boogeyman, right? And why would they want to make him
seem like the boogeyman? Because the judge is not only not going to let him out on bond,
but also it could validate why these charges should not be taken lightly or even dismissed
because of how scary and how just dangerous Dirk is.
So just check this out.
It says the plaintiff, which is United States of America, when you go against a federal,
when you're in federal court, it's whatever your name is,
Dirk Banks at all means there's other defendants,
but it's United States of America versus you.
Very scary by the way.
I've heard from people who have actually been there.
It said, okay, so the Council of Record, which is an acting United States attorney for the central district.
So this is their attorney, U.S. attorney, which is Ion, blah, blah, blah, and blah, blah, they hereby filed the motion to impenel an anonymous juror in the above-captioned trial.
The motion is based upon the attached memorandums of points and files in this record.
So they want an anonymous jury.
What is an anonymous jury?
I want to give you guys all the information I could possibly find.
I want to give you guys, you know, anonymous jury federal.
We want to get information that people know.
Okay, okay, okay, prosecutor.
Okay.
By the way, they did the same thing for R. Kelly.
Let me just play a brief thing explaining why they did it for R. Kelly, then I'll speak.
Okay?
Okay, let's get a load.
Eventually.
His federal prosecutors want the jury for R. Kelly's trial to be anonymous and partially sequestered.
They cite significant media coverage and the singer's alleged history of interfering with legal proceedings.
Kelly was indicted in March on racketeering and sex trafficking charges.
It's been held in federal prison in Chicago, where he also faces federal and state charges.
His federal trial in Brooklyn is set to begin in September.
Prosecutors want the jury for the trial to be settled.
separated from the public and accompanied in and out of the courthouse by U.S. Marshals.
Okay. So anonymous jury is going to be a jury that they're understanding how much media attention this is going to get.
They don't want the jury to be seen or known or heard from by the media or maybe even influenced by the media or maybe the particular person's celebrity status.
So they have filed this, and by the way, this is anticipation of this jansen.
trial date, which I believe will be pushed back somewhat.
So now let's read some of the, this is their memorandum of points on authorities.
So this case involves a well-funded, interesting that they mentioned up front, well-funded.
An organized attempt to kill one of the defendants, Dirk Banks rivals, at a busy gas station,
in Los Angeles.
In broad daylight, three shooters open fire, including with a machine gun, missing their intended target, but killing SR.
The government will prove a trial that all seven co-conspirators were affiliated with the defendant Dirkbanks organization, only the family, OTF.
Five were OTF members and two were recruited by the defendant Wilson, who they're saying is D-D-D.
Now, we're going to get into D-D in a little bit and drill.
Again, I want you to cut this up in a way that people could watch the clips and understand it because we're going to get to the D-D portion.
D-D is going to be doing an interested move because here's a thing.
D-D is a very important person.
Like if this was, you know, and again, you know, please understand.
understand that what I'm talking, I'm not trying to plan a criminal conspiracy. I'm not wishing. I'm not
hoping. I'm just speaking in a hyperbolic sense that if you were to understand this in a movie
sense, what would be the thing? Because two of the killers, right, two of the killers were recruited
by OTFDDDi. If this was Batman, you got to kill O'TEy, honestly. You get what I'm saying?
You ever watch that Batman joint where it's like, yo, it was like, hey, I was recruiting.
to this and the guy kills the guy, I'm like, well, I was recruited to kill you.
Because that's how you're trying to cover up the tracks.
So essentially, there's a bunch of OTF people, but then there's non-O-TF people, but it was
the one link to the OTF dudes is D-D.
Now, again, I am not, and I want to say this, I'm not wishing or I'm not saying that
this should have happened, but I am telling you that the prosecutors have now linked
OTFDDD as the integral link to what the hell was happening.
with this what they call a murder conspiracy they believe he recruited people now what we're
going to see later and we're going to get into OTFDD's part he's also filed for a severed trial
why I'll give you the short now I'll explain a little bit more later if he gets a severed trial
they can't just use evidence against all of them and they would have to come with evidence that
directly has to do with him I don't think that's going to be done because the you know
the prosecutors have termed this to base
a conspiracy and I wouldn't be surprised you know again this is damn near a RICO trial
why do I say damn there because murder for hire on face value is a conspiracy a RICO trial is a
conspiracy the only thing about a RICO trial is that in RICO all the crimes are done in
further into the gang however in this one you're recruiting people that's not in the gang
they're not doing it furtherance of the gang they're just trying to get some money so there's people
who are doing, who are getting money just to do the act.
They're not doing it to make OTF look like anything.
They're just like, give me some money and I'll kill whoever you want.
So this is why the RICO hasn't dropped on Dirk.
However, when you start like, you know, trying to phrase it a certain way,
trust me, if they could get a RICO charge or, you know, the RICO agreed with by a,
a panel of grand jury members, we might see.
at a later time.
Now, granted, we're getting close to the trial would have started already, I believe,
but they moved it back.
The closer we get to the new trial date, it probably is unlikely we'll see a RICO for
this district.
Why?
Because Dirk is going to be able to have whatever say in trying to push it back and
whatever the case is.
And if they're trying to go to trial at this time, I would imagine, they probably got
some ducks in order.
They wouldn't want it to fuck.
it up by giving Dirk more time
to send there. Okay, I hope you guys are following.
All right, so let's get to it.
So to ensure fair trial and prevent
improper attempts to influence the jurors
and otherwise protect the judicial process,
the government requests
that the court order,
that the court order the impanlement of an anonymous
juror. All factors, the courts
must consider weigh heavily
in favor of juror anonymity
or anonymity in this case.
First, the murder in this case was not only an
isolated act of violence
committed by OTF first members.
In recent years, OTF members and associates
have committed other brazen murders. Wow.
So the feds are claiming that they
did other murders, assaults and violent crime.
Second, as this course has already
emphasized defendant banks, the leader of OTF,
uses his money, influence, power
to endanger individuals who he perceives as a threat.
A defendant's vast
resources coupled with the expansive reach
and violent nature of OTF further justify
additional safeguards to keep the jury free
from intimidation and
harassment. Indeed,
defendant's supporters have already
threatened government officials
to free Dirk or else face
retribution. Now, we're going to get to that
eventually, but basically
and this is where like sometimes
fans can hurt you. They have taken
fans who have looked up
the judge or looked up the prosecutor
and probably posted on their social media
or sent emails to their respective work email
saying, yo, if Dirk don't come home,
Mom, yo, yo, is going up for you
on phone, I'm great. Like,
These are fans.
Like, who don't these fans would be really executing those threats?
But those things do get put into court where now Dirk has to be, you know,
his freedom is going to be considered by that.
So if you like an artist, you know, I know sometimes it might be like,
yo, we got a ride for them.
Don't threaten government officials.
That's never a good thing, right?
So it says the jury must be protected for similar misconduct.
Additionally, from its inception, this murder case has garnered an extreme amount of media attention
that would increase as a trial approaches.
This case is therefore the precise circumstance
where heightened measures are needed to secure the jury safety
and safeguard this fact-finding mission from improper influence.
The government's proposal narrowly seeks to anonymize certain confidential information
from which jurors' identity could be ascertained
without compromising the scope of information that's served for fair and fulsome voidia.
Specifically, the government requests that the names, address,
in specific places of employment not be revealed to the public of parties, including
counsel.
To ensure all parties can be meaningful engaged in voir dire.
Now, I think you guys should know what vote.
I'm probably saying it wrong.
What this is, this is a jury questionnaire.
So essentially they're saying that they don't want identifying things when in jury selection
that, you know, maybe Dirk's team or any team could identify who they,
these jurors are. So they're saying, let's go anonymous. The government has agreed to work with a
defense to propose a thorough juror questionnaire. So remember, Vodair is a juror questionnaire.
Thus, both the government and the defendant will have ample information from which to make meaningful
decisions and challenges during the void der process. All right. We're going to skip the legal background
on this and skip the legal background on this. And we're going to go down a little bit further
to some stuff you might care about.
It says here,
these are the reasons they're given why.
It says first and second factors,
the defendant's involvement with organized crime
and the group's capacity to harm jurors
is strongly weigh in favor of a juror protection and immunity.
As alleged in a second superseded indictment,
the defendant banks is a leader of OTF,
while OTF is in part of rap group,
several of his members and associates
have a history of extreme violence, including murder,
For example, in 2024, six of the O Block Street Gang,
including an OTF associate Marcus Smart, aka MOUOP,
were convicted of racketeering offenses that include the murder of Chicago rapper
Carlton Weekly, aka FBGDU.
Federal murder for higher charges are also currently pending
against two defendants who are allegedly motivated to kill
by OTF-linked payments.
These murders and other nonviolent, other violent, I mean,
crimes committed by the defendants and other prominent OTF members show the compelling need
for an anonymous jury in this case due to a strong link between OTF and organized violence.
Okay.
Okay.
It says the jury where defendants committed blah blah.
Okay.
It's just like the head of a typical street gang, defendants, banks, exerts a considerable influence over his associates.
while attempting to insinuate or insulate himself, I mean, from the street-level criminality,
a seized audio message between two OTF associates demonstrates this hierarchy.
In this message, a prominent OTF associate explains that when people call Dirk for money,
he gives out $500,000,000 to the streets, including funding his co-conspirators or his conspirators,
sliders, which is a slang for stolen cars used to commit crimes.
They also attach a audio clip.
I don't know if we'll have that.
It says, okay, it's on a seal.
Cool.
The associates describe how Banks controls and influence their operations that Banks
wants to know who's in charge of what first.
That's how he wants shit done.
He want it done right.
He want people to get the sliders and stuff.
stuff like that for sure.
But he
want people to know what's going on, so it could be
a real structure situation.
Blood, not no more
little boy shit.
He further details how defendant
banks money comes with a price.
He said this shit is going to
get done right, where people go and get blamed
for their own fuck-ups. So the
structure explains why defendant banks warn
an OTF associate, as the
associate purchased flights
for the co-conspirators to
travel to Southern California to commit the murder at the issue in this case.
Don't book no flights under no names involved with me.
The allegations in this case and this evidence collected during the investigation further
show that the defendant banks uses his power and influence over OTF to promote violence
against his rivals and others that stay in the way.
The SSI or superseding in the indictment,
alleged that the six henchmen, OTF members,
and two individuals recruited by defendant Wilson, OTFD, that is,
flew across the country in the direction of dirt to exact revenge on his rival.
After stalking the intended victim for nearly a day,
the three hitman opened fire at a busy gas station,
and they killed SR.
That's a little pop.
But SR's death is not the only isolated example of defendant banks
that directed violence.
explained the Mexican mafia structure,
including gang had numerous associates
who aspired to become members
who were willing to commit crimes
on the Mexican mafia,
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, okay.
Quoted an associate's mantra
that if the mafia has enemies,
they're also my enemies.
He's alleged to place additional bounties
on individuals that he and other OTF members
wanted to kill.
Wow.
So, Banks also embraced the pension
for bounties in his music,
rapping for one time he says I don't want no niggas who you catch I want the one I paid for
oh my bad fuck take he fuck these niggas up Jesus Christ actually pulled up the music video
um okay cool so it says indeed just two weeks following the murder of um as i'm the suspected
leader of the faction gangs or disciples uh the alleged shooters discussed payment from o tf and banks
Now, that's a different situation where they're talking about the alleged killer of who,
the alleged killer of Dirk's brother D-thing, right?
And that's Stefan Mack.
So the shooters there were saying, when are we going to get payment?
And it says, yo, what's up with OTF?
What do you mean they're not paying?
Did Dirt give you that money?
He said, moreover, defendant, Dirt banks has threatened to unleash his OTF associates to Stark
and hunt his rivals.
For example, in a seized text message thread
between Banks and other OTF members,
including Didi,
looked like they got Didi's phone clearly.
Bank boasts about threatening a rival
telling them, I got them hunting you up.
Ads better have three ski masks on.
Now, I'm not going to lie, this might be lyrics,
but clearly the Fed's not looking at like that.
And in a similar thread,
defendant banks and his OTAF associates
discussed defendant banks heated exchange with another rival,
with defendant banks telling his associates,
I'm going to pipe it up.
A common street reference for,
to use a firearm.
In response to OTF associate agreed to follow Banks' lead,
exclaiming, blood is green.
An emoji of a car in a traffic light.
Getting shit together right now,
no phones referring to a green light on defendant,
defendant's wishes for violence.
The above describes structure, criminal whatever, of OTF, and funding and considerable wealth,
the power and control he exerts over his associates.
His desire to seek revenge on those who cross him and his associates and willingness to do what they were told,
all show the need for an anonymous jury in this case.
Okay.
They said there's a significant interference with witnesses in judicial process.
Defendant Banks repeatedly shown his disdain for the judicial process and witnesses who may cooperate with government.
It is not surprising that the witness interference has already occurred.
It is likely to occur in this case.
Such interference weighs strongly in favor of jury and amenity.
And it says he's made clear that it's contempt for cooperating witnesses.
On a popular podcast that has over a million views, banks proclaimed, I hate rats.
What the fuck podcast is that?
He elaborated.
If you ever told, if you ever tell, I hate you.
Like, with a passion, that made me who I am.
That took away half my life.
Motherfucker, telling all my pop.
So I really hate rats with a real passion.
Like, I really hate you.
And I'm looking at the camera.
I fucking hate rats.
I hate all rats.
If you ever told, you ever tell, I hate you.
Like, with a passion.
This ain't the podcast.
They're talking about those.
Who I am today, I took away half of my life. My fuck telling them my pops. So I was raised by a woman. So I really hate rats with real passion. I hate all rats.
No, I hate rats, period. I told you the reason. The reason I hate rats because my daddy did 26 years.
My uncle them did 26 years. I hate all rats. If you ever told, you ever tell you, I hate you. Like with a passion.
That took away half of my... That took way. That made me who I am today.
That took away half of my life.
Like, motherfuck was telling them my pops and I, and that's what, you know what I'm saying?
I needed.
So I was raised by a woman.
A nigga can't tell me the rat.
If anything happened to her right now and the motherfucker would like, smirk just put it on me.
Man, I'm in the past you my tray.
We're sad least, man.
I'm not, what the fucking man?
I'm not telling no nothing.
Like, I take this shit so serious, like, we would be, like, in jail together to the end.
It's just what it is.
No, I hate rats, period.
I told you the reason.
The reason I hate rats, because.
Real nigger.
I hate rats, period.
I told you the reason.
I'm gonna tell you this is how it happened.
That's it.
I'm not going to tell you, my lawyer.
If you ever get jammed up, this you do.
What happened?
Call my lawyer.
That's it.
I'm not going to tell you this is how it happened.
It was me and him in the car.
It ain't mine.
All that goofy shit, that's snitching.
That's snitching.
Like, I take this shit so serious.
Like, we would be, like,
and jail together to the end like that's just what it is here i told you the reason the reason
everybody been saying but what though come i hate all rats for my so i really hate rats with
real passions like i hate you bad i'm looking to the camera i hate fucking rat i hate all rats
if you if you ever told you ever tell you i hate you
like with a passion.
Like,
that took,
that took away half of my,
that took away,
that made me who I am today.
That took away half of my life.
Like,
my fuck,
telling them my pops and not,
and that's what,
you know what I'm saying?
I needed.
So I was raised by a woman.
I'm saying,
with my mom.
Okay.
Giving Banks vocal scorn
for those who may cooperate.
So clearly the,
the feds are basically saying
they got snitches, right?
So given banks vocal scorn
for those who may cooperate
with the judicial,
process is predictable that the suspected witnesses in this case have already been subject to threats
and intimidation.
Wow.
To start, one of Banks' trusted OTF associates have already threatened a suspected government
witness.
Specifically, the OTF associate told the witness family member that the suspected witness was a snitch
and a snake and it was not for the family.
Undoubted, doubtedly reference to Banks only the family.
Such threats to witnesses, even when committed by defendants' associates,
are precisely the type of conduct to justify enhanced jury safety and blah blah.
Wow, they're coming with a bunch of shit.
The witness's intimidation is not limited to clandesite communications.
This is Defendant Banks, which is important, chat.
Defendant Banks has also shown a repeated disrespect and willingness to impede the judicial process.
Despite admonishments from two courts about phone violation at the Los Angeles MDC,
defendant banks is escalated as a defense or defiance, I mean, of BOP rules that keep witnesses
on their safe in late 2025, August 2025, VOP officials seized an Apple watch with cellular
capability from the defendant.
Yo, Dirk got an Apple watch in jail.
Come on, man.
Come on, man.
Of course, big smirk got an Apple watch.
Your Smirk, if you're watching this, bro, hit the like button, smirk.
I love you, smirk.
Smirk, I don't think you did none of this.
They're trying to blame an innocent man.
Smirk, hit that light button, smirk.
Hit the light button, smirk.
I see you in there.
It says, even more troubling his bank's conduct after it was caught.
Rather than accept responsibility for this violation,
defendant allegedly obstructed the investigation,
attempting to damage or destroy the communication device.
Yeah, Dirk, I'm got to watch.
And that what you're talking about?
They said, they was explaining the defendant,
defense disrespect is not outright contempt,
blah blah da da da da da the defendant refused to permit um um officials to execute a DNA warrant and
engage in appropriate courtroom behavior the defendant's interference with the judicial
process including destroy his cell phone to prevent a recovery of evidence weighed in favor
of anonymous jury they're saying dirt defy destroyed the shit dirt's flouting of the rules
is all the more concerning here given the previous judicial admonishments and the nature
of his latest offense.
Possession and destruction of a device that could be used to have a monitor communication
with witnesses or those who may intimidate witnesses to take steps to alter their testimony.
Indeed, although the government continues to investigate banks' possession and use of communication
devices, initial data associated with the serial number of the watch shows that the device was
purchased May 26, 2025, and was activated the next day.
It says the potential that a defendant will suffer a length of...
Okay. So all defendants face a mandatory life sentence.
Oh, my God.
If they're going to get convicted of 18 U.S.C., 1958,
the potential that the defendants will suffer a lengthy incarceration of convicted clearly weighs in favor of anonymous jury.
The extensive and continuous national blah, blah, blah, they're saying there's a lot of new stuff to it.
Look, and here's also, here we go.
This case has attracted significant media attention since the defense have been arrested
and the coverage will unquestionable increase with the trial date approaching.
National news has extensively covered each step of the case including defendant's arrest,
defendants, bank's detention hearings, and even routine and mundane filings like the latest stipulation
to continue the trial.
The case has also received substantial attention on social media, including in-depth analysis
on the case by legal channels.
Defendant Banks has also chose to further publicize this case by having defense counsel participate in interviews.
And by using the defendant's bank's social media accounts with over 50 million followers, by the way,
to falsely claim the government is using this murder as a case to criminalize the defendant first creativity and art.
Let's see the outlets they use.
So, LA Times, Chicago Tribune, Billboard, Law and Crimes, and DJ Vlad.
Such extension of coverage understandably underscores by the defendant's notoriety and the premeditated murder at the issue in this case heavily weighs in favor of additional judicial safeguards to protect the jury, blah, blah, blah.
Okay.
The risk that the defendants and affiliates and supporters will attempt to improper influence blah blah are not speculative.
To date, supporters have already attempted to intimidate individual connected to the case.
case, for example, a United States magistrate judge, given multiple voicemails from an individual
stating, among other things, that the defendant banks and Wilson were not innocent, and if that
they give life, they're going to burn this motherfucker down. Burn it to the ground. It's not a game,
bitch. Another supporter issued a similar threat to a prosecutor state and Free Dirk or Be
Shot. The extensive continuous publicity coupled with the threats and the other attempts to impact
witness testimony discussed above, demonstrate the need for jury and immunity. Wow.
Okay. Now, this wasn't the only thing filed. There's another thing filed. This is actually
two more documents. Give me one more second. We're going to get to it. Okay. Here's da-da-da-da-da.
And then we get, there's an FBI agent, right? So this is a special agent,
a special agent with the FBI
they made
these statements that they're going to be
swearing to. This is a declaration.
In court, you could put a declaration in right,
which is a sworn testimony
that if called upon you will testify
to the same thing. It says based on my review
of the FBI criminal history report for
DeAndre Wilson, okay,
Wilson is OTFDD.
It was convicted in Illinois, blah, blah, blah,
misdemeanor, da, da, da, da, let's just go to a few
other things. Based on my review of OTF
associate that the da da da okay so these are some people the ones redacted i would imagine are the people who are
cooperating what we should be uh let's get some important stuff attached as exhibit b under seal is a true
and correct copy of blah blah from the um documented defendants um dirk possession of an apple watch
is noted he attempted to destroy when he was caught with it based on the evidence including
or whatever I know the serial number blah blah to da based on my review of the FBI
and the recording of four voicemail left on da da da da so they're talking about the the threats
right so people are saying I know it says yo if they get life is it's going to be blah
okay anything so they logged some things under seal and then the the next thing that's
important here people the next thing that's important is this which I'm actually surprised
is that there's a dirt page I got this.
This wasn't even me.
Gotta be honest.
But this, I believe, is under seal or something of this sort
because I do not see it on the docket currently.
But this is Document 230.
No matter what, it says,
this is information that is filed by OTFDD.
He wants to get his case away from Dirk and everybody else,
which, by the way, on face value, people might think he's snitching.
No, he's not.
he wants to just separate his shit to say, hey, only give me evidence that got to do with me.
Don't bring me evidence because in any type of conspiracy, even murder for hire, which is again, it's a conspiracy, just not Rico.
They could use that someone else's evidence against you because they're claiming it's a conspiracy.
A conspiracy is everybody's in the know of what's going on and they're all planned to commit a crime, which means they might have a conspiracy, they might have statements or something that got to do with somebody else.
But if they're claiming you're in a conspiracy and they have other proof that is the, quote,
connective tissue to the conspiracy, they could use those evidence that's got nothing to do with you to convict you.
So D.D. wants to be taken out of the case that he can't be used against Dirk, but also Dirk can't be used against him.
Now, obviously, I've seen Pages kind of looking at it's like, oh, this is us.
No, it's both ways.
He doesn't want Dirk stuff to be used against him, but he doesn't want him to be used against Dirt.
How does this benefit Dirk?
But if Didi gets out of the case, remember the connective tissue to the two shooters that only Didi knows that Dirk doesn't know,
how could Dirk order two niggas that he don't know to kill somebody?
They need Didi.
So if Dedy gets to sever his case, they truncate some of these allegations against Dirk because you don't have the proper amount of proof that Dirk actually ordered a shooting because he don't know some of these niggins who allegedly did the shooting.
Hope you guys are following.
making some noise i might have to go get him in a second
child i'm so worried even though i'm still off the liquor hopefully you guys are
are keeping up are we good are we good is this boring tell me if this boring
tell me if this is boring this is going to hit on youtube because you know the dudes on
youtube like everything um they like it really you know fully but i know you guys
sometimes just want some entertainment it's 2 30 in the morning y'all it's 2 30 in the morning y'all
let me see what y'all's saying let me see what you're saying too much is it too much
boring y'all could keep it a bean because boring is boring
It is what it motherfucking is.
Okay.
I'm trying to go through it that you guys know everything these lawyers know.
By the way, also, I want to say this to you.
I know way, shape, a form consider myself a lawyer or anything of the sort.
But I will tell you this.
I do believe that the legal process, they make it more complicated
because a lot of most legal rules and most legal terms come from Latin and a lot of traditional things.
It makes it seem like you need somebody smart to,
Put it like this.
Chat,
Rot Nation paid $100,000 for lawyers,
and they're not smarter than me and you.
I promise you.
They might know more terms.
They might have more knowledge of particular case law
that is historic because they've read up on it.
But the law isn't that, you know, complex.
So, you know, my job here for you guys
is to try to explain it in layman's terms
and give you, like, realistic opinions.
But people act like law is, like, so, like, you know,
the boogey band, right?
It's not.
You know what I mean? It's like you guys are smart enough to be in here to make up your own opinion.
You could do law.
It's just that it requires you to know certain terminology and kind of like put some study in which, you know, obviously we're busy, right?
Okay, anyway, so let's get through this.
So you kind of understand, do you understand, I think you guys, you guys are smart so I don't have to treat you guys like kids.
So this idea that OTFDDD wants to sever his trial doesn't mean he snitching on Dirk is that this is a really important.
important strategy. You're the connective tissue to some of the people. Because again, this is a
conspiracy. Remember in a conspiracy? Remember when we talk about Rico? There was called overt acts and
predicate acts. A overt act is an act that by itself is not criminal. I bought ski mask. Is that a
criminal thing? You can't charge me for that. Now, if I bought ski mask and gloves and duct tape,
and then I give it to the person that eventually kidnapped somebody and while they were in a ski mask,
gloves and they duct tape the person,
now is probably a conspiracy that I either knew
if they could show that I was aware of the crime.
Do you understand?
You guys do understand.
I know you guys are smart.
So essentially, severing the case helps Dirk.
Helps Dirk and helps D.D.,
because now you've got to prove both of them guilty
on their separate things.
Remember, the government is claiming Didi,
and clearly Didi ain't flip yet.
They're claiming DEDY was the key.
DEDY RECR recruited the people
and Dedey's claim and say, what the fuck?
Recruit.
I ain't recruit nobody for nobody.
Get me out of this case.
I ain't got nothing to do it, Dirk.
Now, don't be fooled to think when he say I'm got nothing to do with Dirk.
He's trying to stitch on Dirk.
He's just saying, prove your case without acting like Dirk told me to do nothing
because I don't know that.
That nigga ain't tell me nothing to do and I ain't do nothing for.
Exactly what you should claim.
Trust.
So let's read through it a little bit, okay?
Okay.
To the honorable court, so this is Deity's motion, right?
So he wants to separate his case, right?
It's six people.
They're going to tie Vani to Dirk.
Vani and Dirk is on the plane, right?
Dedy is the third person.
There's about six people involved in this, right?
They're a co-conspirator four.
He was a lookout.
He was a local dude.
Co-conspirator two is a shooter that supposedly Didi knew.
There's another nigger who got locked up,
but he's a shooter as well.
But only Dedy knew that person.
So, Vaughn, not Vaughn, apologize.
Dirk is only connected to this through Bonnie.
He can't erase Vonny because he came on the same private jet as Vani, right?
There could be some reasonable assumptions that whatever, whatever,
even though that's still way beyond the pale of what's necessary to trial,
which is beyond a reasonable doubt.
So let's look at this again.
A win for Dirk is if Von,
if, not Vonny, I'm sorry,
Wilson, aka Dedy, could separate his case
because they can't use Wilson against Dirk.
They can't use Dirk against Wilson.
Perfect, right?
This is, you know, like, put it like this.
If I'm the boss and the wizard is my, um, shooter,
or not shooter, but like my, my, my second in command,
if I tell him, yo, we need three niggas whacked.
And he said, I bet, axe.
Say less.
I'm about to go get the niggins to do it.
I'm going to go whatever, whatever.
Yo, you got the bread?
I send him some bread or I'm talking to him.
That's how the bread going, whatever.
Cool.
They charge all of us for a murder.
When we get to trial, I want my case separate from him.
Why?
Because I'm saying, I don't know no wizard.
He's an AI.
He's an AI.
I never told him to do nothing.
If he did something, he did that.
If I did something, I did that.
He's going to be saying the same thing.
We're both saying the same thing.
Without them linking us together, they can't prove the crime.
Do you get what I mean?
Do you?
Exactly.
Okay, great.
So let's read through this.
To the honorable court in all parties in their counsel of record,
defended DeAndre Wilson, which is OTFD,D,
by his counsel, Craig A Harbaugh.
And by the way, chat, you know,
I do know we have a powerful media company and media situation here.
So, like, I got to be, because I love Dirk.
So, Chad, if this is structured in the way structured,
all these lawyers filing for these guys
should be filing under the direction of,
all of them other lawyers, Brian Steele controlled the show.
Do you get what I mean?
You get what I mean, right?
You guys are smart.
When Brian Steele say, everybody moves.
If that didn't happen, Doug would have probably went down.
You, again, with most of these situations,
the government is calling y'all a team.
Now, granted, it's a conflict of interest
for you to have one lawyer control everybody,
but if y'all don't somehow at least acknowledge
what the other, quote, quote, team member,
even if you claim you're not a team,
you're not a gang, you're not a whatever,
you got to understand what other people are doing.
Because if you claim one thing and they claim another thing,
i.e. going to say, yeah, we are a gang.
And you're like, whoa, digger, we were saying we're not a gang.
You get fucked.
So in most of these cases,
The money, man, you got to have your lawyer, wink, wink, blah, blah, blah, blah.
Y'all do what you get what I'm saying, right?
We're spelling it without spelling, you know?
There we go.
You guys are smart.
So I have to believe this doesn't get filed without the acknowledgement and understanding that this is a good chess play that helps not only Diti but Dirk.
You guys are smart.
So, defendant Wilson, Didi, through his counsel, Craig, moves his court for order severing his trial from that of co-defendant Dirk Banks and any other defendant whose trial are joined with Banks.
Remember, he only mentioned Dirk.
Why?
Because that's the crux of their case.
This motion is made pursuant to blah, blah, blah, blah, da-da-da, on the ground that a joint trial would be compelling and incurable prejudice to Didi as a result of prejudicial spillover from extensive.
other acts, evidenced by the evidence noticed by the government that overwhelming concerns that
Mr. Banks and alleged actors would not be admissible against Mr. Wilson if he was shot alone.
Bingo.
So what they're doing is they're attacking the idea of the conspiracy.
Keep in mind, murder for hire is a conspiracy.
You know, if you look up, this is Department of Justice.
This is Department of Justice.
This is what it says.
Conspires.
This is in the definition.
Conspiracy.
What conspiracy is on its base value is two individuals who knew they were doing a crime.
They agree to do the crime together.
And whether one fired the gun and one bought the bullets or one set the person up
and the other one lined them up and killed him, who gives a fuck?
Y'all conspired.
So conspiracy is a base thing.
Don't think that only.
Only RICO is conspiracy.
RICO is a organizational conspiracy, right?
So as organizations try to, like RICO is a racketeering influence corrupt organizations act, right?
Which means it's usually that there is an enterprise and there's an organization that is being, and by the way, a RICO could have applied here because OTF, here's the thing.
Two of the people got nothing to do with OTF.
The killers got nothing to do with OTF.
Now, I'm pretty sure maybe in grand jury,
maybe they'll come later,
they're going to have to have this conversation.
Well, it's still a RICO.
It's still a RICO if the organization hired two niggas
outside the organization to commit the murder.
However, that's probably harder to prove
because there's multiple levels here.
And I think that the government didn't want to overreach,
and they said,
Well, the applicable thing here that also carries a mandatory,
and the only reason why, I'll say this.
And again, I'm not a legal expert.
I'm giving my opinion here.
But I believe if no one died, he gets hit with a RICO.
Because someone died, they just hit him a murder for hire.
Who cares about the RICO because murder carries life,
especially a murder conspiracy.
So don't do a RICO.
Just do murder for hire.
because that's more of a direct thing, right?
If no one died, if no one died but somebody got shot
or there was an attempt, you go RICO.
But because someone died, you go murder for hire
because in RICO, it's a burden upon you
to prove that all of these people are operating
within an enterprise.
Murder for hire doesn't care about an enterprise or organization,
even though OTF is a thing.
Like, you know, Dirt's thing is going to be like,
well, y'all say Twitter.
shooters we don't know them niggins they're not o tf doesn't matter in a murder for hire in a murder
for hire we got them on camera they did the murder we could prove that they were told by these people
and those people were moving under the direction of dirk murder for hire damn my dog is good i'm
gonna have to get in a second all right oh my god uh yeah you know whack hit me yeah um
want me to call you give me give me 15
with this dirt shit.
Hey,
all right,
whack,
I'm gonna have to go
get my dogs chat.
I can't even lie to you.
Like,
they're barking a little bit too much.
Let me go grab him.
I'm still wired.
I'm not even going to drink no more.
Let me play a little bit of this
while I go get them.
I don't know why they're barking.
Law and crimes.
Let me play this.
I'm going to go get them real quick.
And then we're coming right back to this.
This is a really important document,
chat,
And by the way, drill, you should cut this to an independent clip, especially this D.D. stuff because some people believe Didi's flipping on and what, no, this is part of the strategy.
And I guarantee that Dirt's lawyers, if we come on, like, we don't have to spell it out.
This is all quarterback, right?
The Moneyman is quarterbacking everything, just like Brian still quarterbacked everything for everybody else in that case, right?
Okay.
Oh, my God.
My dog's just fucking gone bananas.
All right.
Let me play.
It's going to be a Dirk-related thing.
and then I'm going to
return
where is it
where is it
where is it
where is it
dirt thing
I thought they did a dirt thing
oh they didn't
along crimes
they didn't give a fuck huh
end of sentence
all right
let's go
1090 Jake
here we all
at this
this is going to jump ahead of
a little
should I even play this
it's going to jump
slightly ahead of where we are
because I got to go down further on that page for you know not you know what hopefully my dog's
gonna hold it down for a second all right cool let's let's get down to a little bit so here's a motion
and then they they basically um do a few things here's the intro that da da da they want to remember
sever the cases of dd and dirk because they're using dd against dirk and they're saying whatever
it is okay so let's see some of the background and some of the stuff like that right
All right.
Okay.
These are just like, you know, regular stuff.
Now, we're going to get some information.
So here's the argument, right?
The argument is that D.D.'s disputing the adequacy and immiscible of the rule.
So as an initial matter, DD.
is disputing the adequacy and admissibility of the prosecution's Rule 4-4 dose in the entirety.
He doesn't agree that a notice satisfies the procedure requirements.
and the government has sufficient proof to establish an act as described,
or that the alleged conduct is properly attributed to Mr. Banks or to any defendant.
Mr. Wilson likely does not concede that these allegations are admissible under that rule,
and then he tried to be clear.
Mr. Wilson preserves his objections to sufficiency and immisibility of this notice
and joins a separate motion and seeking to exclude this evidence in full.
So there's another motion going on to exclude certain.
evidence that they won't throw them out.
And so nevertheless, if any portion will be admitted against Dirk, it would be patently unfair.
Mr. Wilson will be forced to defend himself before a jury saturated with evidence that by the
government's own account has nothing to do with him.
The sheer disparity between the evidence against Mr. Banks and the absence of comparable
evidence against Mr. Wilson compels severance in order to protect his right to a fair trial.
Okay, what does that mean?
Let me break it on layman's terms.
They're saying, yo, we've seen the discovery.
me i got mad evidence against dirk oh dirt was encouraging murder against this
dirk was doing this dirt was doing that like it's a lot of circumstantial stuff right because
there's claiming this is part of the conspiracy dd's saying show me the proof that i had a reason
go kill this nigga like what y'all got no evidence against me so if y'all claim you like all
the evidence i'm seeing is against dirk he's not throwing dirt under the bus he's saying take me
out of it get me out of the group chat put me out of the group chat because
Because if I'm his co-defendant and they got a rule on all of us,
and I'm going to be prejudiced by the fact that most of y'all evidence is only against him,
not against both of us.
Again, it looks like he's going against Dirk, but he's not.
In reality, what he's doing is he's saying, try me separate.
I'm telling you, trying them separate helps Dirk because they don't fully have Dirk without snitches
and without connecting Dedy.
One of the snitches, which is co-conspirator 2, which is a shooter,
he can't say Dirk gave him nothing.
You know what he going to say?
Dedy told me.
But Dedy told me Dirk said it.
So that's why you get Dedy out of there.
So that shooter, you're dumb now.
Like we don't give a fuck about what you said.
Oh, Dedy told me.
But you can't mention Dirk no more.
That's the point.
That's the point, chap.
All right.
I'm going to have to get these dogs chat.
I'm not going to camp but you.
I'm not going to camp but you.
Let me play this real quick.
And then I will be right back.
Please don't go nowhere.
We got 6,000 people.
at this time, almost 3 o'clock, on K academics?
Holy.
Please do not go nowhere.
I got to go get these dogs.
Wow.
We're actually rocking tonight.
I feel like y'all miss me, but I really miss it.
Somebody said, I'm on the purest adderol.
No, I drank the whole bottle of coffee.
I'm like wired, right?
Yeah, I'm a little, I drank a little liquor, but I want to,
if y'all watch all my streams, bro, I get wired off coffee.
and I could break down legal shit
but once I get lit
I could only talk shit
I haven't gone out like
that's my krypton night like
if I was beefing with a nigga and I'm drunk
I'll violate and smoke
but like breaking down criminal documents
I'm done because this takes
focus and like really
analysis which
liquor kills for me I won't lie to you
give me one second though
please do not go anywhere I'm play
1090 J's video who kind of talks
about this a little bit more I'm grabbing my dogs
Give me about four minutes, four minutes.
I'll be back.
At this point, I don't know if Dirk's case is getting better or worse.
Just days ago, paperwork dropped that had everyone thinking this might be good.
Dirk's four lawyers, led by legal powerhouse Drew Finling, filed a motion to dismiss the entire indictment.
But they didn't just attack the indictment.
They targeted LA's top federal prosecutor, Bilau Isayli.
Dirk's team would ask the courts to dismiss the indictment due to the unlawful designation
of Assaili as the U.S. Attorney of California and the unlawful appropriation of funding to
the office he leads and to disqualify assaili and any of the attorneys working under
his supervision or paid with funds he has wrongfully received.
Now this is what happens when you pay your lawyer the big bucks.
They do their motherfucking homework.
His salee was sworn in on April 2nd, 2025, but several federal public defenders have filed
motions against him to dismiss him and his team.
He's accused of operating without proper lawful authority, not qualifying for his role, and
several recent decisions in federal court dismissed others from their positions for
doing similar actions. So Dirk's team wasn't just trying to say the indictment was bullshit.
They're trying to get the top federal prosecutor in L.A. fired. A second motion to dismiss would be
filed, and this time for the indictment being vague. His team would argue the indictment leaves
them guessing as to the government's theory of guilt, and it leaves the government free to change
that theory as its cooperated stories morph over time.
to meet the demands of a conviction.
In other words, the feds haven't been specific,
leaving Dirk's team unable to attack specific things
they're accusing him of.
Because of that, anyone cooperating against Dirk
can easily be manipulated in the saying
what the feds can use to convict him.
Everyone knows Dirk has been charged with murder for hire,
alleging he offered a bounty for the death of Cuando Rondo.
They'd further allege he used coded language,
that made it clear, Cuando's killer would receive money or money opportunities within
OTF. Dirk's legal team want to know when, where, and how the coded language was communicated.
What were the rewards or opportunities promised for the murder?
Dirk is accused of directing men to fly to Los Angeles, track, stock, and attempt to kill
Kondo. But when, where, how, and who did Dirk give these directions too?
Dirk's team was demanding the specifics so they could specifically target and dismantle each one.
Okay.
Well, some new specifics did.
Okay.
I got the girls, so we're good.
So, my bad.
And I hate to cut off.
I actually came like in three minutes, so that's good.
Okay.
So let me get back to this, right?
Let me get back to this.
I want to go through this motion like really, you know, in a full way like we used to.
and partly why am I even doing this
I know a lot of y'all were dissatisfied with the lack of coverage
or the lack of in-depth coverage especially by the Diddy stuff
and especially at the end right which you know we took so much time to cover the whole case
we should have so I apologize for that anyway let's get back to it so
remember on face value DD wants to be tried separately from Dirt not because he's
telling him he wants to be tried because
That's the connected tissue.
You can't prove that Dirk ordered this guy's death without these people involved.
Remember, you need Vani because he bought the ski mask.
He bought the gloves.
Right?
He's the guy, right?
He's supposedly also got the guns.
You need the co-conspirator because he gave the drop.
They already got that person because they won't name him.
You need Didi because he recruits.
the two of the killers.
You need all these people.
Otherwise,
it falls apart.
If you can't connect
Dirk to the murderers,
how did Dirk
do a murder for hire?
Exactly.
So D D D D.D. is very,
very necessary.
And by the way,
I'll give you one even more.
I think perhaps
the reason why Dirk isn't being
charged in, and again,
I'm not trying to throw charges in my guy.
I like Dirk.
Why I know I do?
The reason why Dirk, I think, is not being charged in Chicago for the murder of, they keep calling,
they keep saying the murder of SM, that's Stefan Mack.
That was supposedly a guy who was blamed for the murder of Dirk's brother, which is D-thing.
And remember Dirk in the song, yo, the day after my brother died, next day they was,
the ass was down too.
the fans think Dirk
orchestrated that murder
like they've mentioned it
in the the charging documents
for those guys
one is
Montgomery
and A.J. Wilson
I think I might be wrong with the names
but Montgomery and I think
it's not Wilson. It's Montgomery
and I forgot the other guy's name.
So they had the shooters
even in the indictment
papers they believe it's a murder
for hire but they don't charge the guys for the murder for hire.
Why do I think they don't charge them with the murder for hire, but also why they didn't
charge Dirk? The reason I think they didn't charge Dirk is because whoever that middleman is
is either dead, not cooperating or somewhere in the winds, because they have some proof and
they're trying to introduce it in this case. Like where they mentioned Dirk supposedly saying,
oh, let's go back to it. Where they go, where they, where they, where they, where they,
mentioned where Dirk supposedly said,
yo, what's up with that money from OTF?
That spells out,
that spells out,
murder for hire.
But if you don't have the person who could attest
to say they had the conversation with Dirk
to say, go kill them, niggins,
I'm going to give you that money.
It's only speculation.
So that's why I think Dirk can charge
in that Chicago murder.
And people had speculated that he might,
but whoever that middleman is, I think is either, you know what I mean, playing,
playing paddle ball with juice swirl or something,
which that's what I was trying to say.
And again, I wasn't wishing death on OTFDD, but this is why I mentioned that that idea of
Batman, where it's like in some of these conspiracies, they get rid of the middle guy,
which, by the way, we'll get into another case.
at another time. Some people believe that the shooting, listen to this, they believe the shooting
of Soss Walker and the killing of his artist in Memphis was that. They believe that the
shooters got killed. Because allegedly one of the shooters got killed in Houston. People believe
that the shooters who did that murder got whacked by the person who wanted the murder done.
why because now the shooters are dead you can't link it back to the people who order the thing
because if you catch a shooters the shooters are going to tell eventually or something that's that's
some theory so so again you have to remember like we're in like this land of like only the crash out
kills the person himself right like these guys have money now these guys could do whatever
like shit i was reading this one story and this guy has actually been i don't know if it's him
directly but he's been trying to like hit me up
You remember this guy?
I don't have to pull him up, but you know the guy named
Ryan Bape or something like that?
He used to be like, yo, I'm banging on my chest.
Like the fuck Supreme guy or whatever.
And like he used to be run down on people.
Like apparently he got charged with murder for hire too.
And actually convicted.
And in his case, he paid like $2,000 for somebody to kill somebody.
So like you got to imagine.
These guys are rappers.
Like, why pick up a gun yourself?
These guys are probably saying, you all got 10 bears on his head, man.
like getting this guy out of here so people are taking that money however what happens is when
these killers get caught which they usually will no matter how you know per court like these guys
will think they're contract killers until like the feds one investigate you like they're going to
figure out you in a second and um yeah now they're going to tell all you so some people are are
hypothesizing that the way to do these things is you pay somebody to kill the nigger
And then after you pale somebody to kill the nigger, you kill the niggas who killed the niggas.
I know, it sounds movie-ish, but it's the way you avoid exposure.
Nobody could tell on you.
And the only murder you got to worry about is the people who did it.
Again, I hope not to encourage anyone's illegal actions.
I'm trying to tell you what is being theorized.
Okay, these things are being theorized on how people are now trying to get away with murder,
especially people with money.
Okay, let's get back to this motion here.
So it says, all of Wilson was tried to loan,
all the evidence would be admissible
as in proper propensity evidence.
But in a joint trial, the jury will be exposed
with avalanche of inflammatory materials,
accounts of shootings, claim of bounties,
and even banks confessions.
Now, this is why some people would think
that he's going against dirt,
because there's calling it banks' confessions and lyrics.
again you know obviously that's not a great look but the lawyer for dd is just trying to lean into the government's theories and try to clear
dd but if you clear dd you clear dd you clear bank low key right um against that evidentiary backdrop um dd uh mere inclusion in group text would be easily blurred into guilt by association
This is precisely the danger the courts warn against when they cautioned jurors might impute the guilt of some defendants to other defendants.
If the relevance could somehow be strained, Rule 4.3 dictates exclusion.
Courts have recognized that when voluminous evidence against one defendant dwarfs the case against another, severance is necessary.
So they're saying, yeah, so much evidence against dirt, not enough against him, sever it, okay?
here the disparity in evidentiary weight is dramatic.
While Mr. Banks faced a case centered on violent conspiracies unfolded over three years,
the government's allegations concerning Mr. Wilson amount to being copied on a text threat.
So they're saying that the only evidence they got of DEDY is Dean on a Threat.
Said, in joint trial, the risk of the jurors will conflate a collapse both narratives,
which undermines the basic right of individualized guilt determinations.
It says, it is too much to blah, blah, blah, okay, cool.
It says, the introduction of irrelevant inflammatory evidence against Mr. Wilson could significantly undermine a strong defense.
Accepting for the sake of argument that the government's allegations against Mr. Wilson is not strong,
forcing Wilson to confront this extraneous evidence would allow the government to, okay.
So let's keep going, let's keep going, let's keep going.
so they want it to sever it.
Then there's a declaration by his lawyer.
And here's an exhibit.
And here we find out a little bit of information.
Now, check this out, chat.
It says, Dear Counselor, discussed during the parties' meeting confer on August 13th,
we were writing to provide you with a preliminary notice pursuant to this of the evidence rules
regarding the certain acts that the government's intense to approve a trial
in the above reverence matter, reference matter.
The government views the evidence described in Section 1 as a direct evidence
and extricably intertwined or intertwined with the charges in the superseded indictment,
second superseded indictment, therefore not subject to note blah blah blah, blah.
However, out of an abundance of caution, the government gives notice to the da-da-da.
With this letter, the government again requests all reciprocal discovery
to which is entitled to blah, blah, blah, blah.
Now here's the thing.
Evidence related to Dirk rivalry with Taekwon Bowman, Kwanorondo.
The government intends to produce or introduce evidence relating to Dirk, motive, intent in preparation,
and plan in seeking revenge on Kwandorondo for Kondo's involvement in the death of Devon Bennett,
aka King Vaughn, on about November 6, 2020.
placing a bounty for
Cuando's death
and conspiring to kill
Cuando in retaliation
for Vaughn's murder.
He also directed his co-conspirators
to track stock and kill
Cuando
in Black Shear, Georgia,
on or about May 2nd,
2021.
This evidence includes, but is not limited
to surveillance footage,
and also witness testimony
related to the murder of
Vaughn in Atlanta,
including the fight between Vaughn and Cuando
prior to Vaughan's death.
Okay?
Interesting.
It says that there's surveillance footage
and witness testimony related to the attempted murder
of Cuando in Blackshare
on or about May 2nd.
So the government believed that Dirk tried to get him killed
on May 2nd.
He said the defendant bank's admissions show pressure he faced from fans to slide for Vaughn,
which means he had the exact revenge.
It's not limited to only his lyrics from songs like Who Won't Smoke,
but also where he says,
they be on my page like Slide for Vaughn, I know they trolling me.
Also, in defendant's statements in a podcast interview with these academics,
on off the record, off the record in May 2020,
Three. By the way, also, I've seen WAC say this and, you know, I've never cared to address, but I want to clear it up now.
When I did the interview with Dirk was not the time that the murder happened.
I did do an interview with Dirk in L.A. at the, what hotel we did that?
I forgot what this call. Some high upscale hotel.
It was not done at the same time with the murder. The murder was like,
August 2022.
We did the interview at May 2023,
and that's the reason why Dirk actually said,
you don't hear them saying Slide for Vaughn or more,
because allegedly the deed was already done.
Okay?
Allegedly.
I just want to correct people who think that the timing was the same time I did.
So even the feds admitted.
I did an interview with Dirk in May 20203,
and specifically after being asked about this rivalry with Kondo,
his response to the interviewer's question
about whether defendant Banks was triggered by Slivervon comments,
he responded, for some reason, I just don't see them comments no more,
for some odd reason, might be the water.
We've been here, though.
We differ in Iraq.
So there's social media document
the pressure fans placed on Banks to Slife or Vaughn.
Comments on Banks' ex-account,
stating the voice.
the voice in the moon pay what?
And it says
Rip King Vaughn.
Okay.
To the extent the court determines that these acts are neither direct evidence
or intertwine with the charges in the second superseded in the indictment,
these acts are admissible to show defendants,
motive, intent, preparation, plan, and knowledge, and identity,
and absence of mistake, and lack of accident.
Now, there's more.
They're saying evidence related to Dirk Banks directed and ordered,
order and violence against rivals.
There's evidence relating to Dirk bounty for the killing of Stefan Mack.
Remember, he's not charged for them, but they continue to use this on January 27,
2022 as charged in U.S. versus Montgomery and Wilson.
So yeah, the other last person's name was Montgomery.
So you got Montgomery and Wilson.
Included but not limited to surveillance footage of the shooting text message recovered
from the defendant of Montgomery Wilson's cell phone discussing,
oh, never there's somebody else, my man.
Montgomery Wilson is one name.
I'm sorry.
discussing payment from OTF.
So in addition to an audio file that's been previously introduced to you in discovery,
the government will produce this park.
Oh, they're talking about shit.
The government will produce screen captures of these comments.
Okay.
Banks for the murder said there's a Facebook story from Montgomery Wilson's account
showing him holding money while a song by Defendant Banks was playing in the background.
And there's a DNA and fingerprint analysis link in Montgomery, Wilson, and Powell.
Okay, Powell was the last name.
I'm sorry, to the shooter's vehicle.
The evidence that the defendant banks and others was involved in the murder of SR,
that's Lopop, saw to exact revenge on another rival blah, blah,
specifically in April 2020, 3 text messages by defending banks and OTF members,
including ODD, and also Boone Moe and PW1.
What's P21?
It shows defendant banks.
feud with OTF or O Block member, Muna Duke,
over the banks believed that O'block members were not properly retaliating for Benis' death.
In the thread, Banks states, I'm going to pipe it up.
To which Boneymo says, blood is green light.
So, Karimov's in, it's green light.
I'm getting shit together now, no phones.
and set forth in cooperator,
ooh, in cooperator discovery.
Wow, there is a snitch.
Produce to you, the government expects PW1
will testify that in response to banks' direction
to exact revenge on O Block members,
PW1, PW1 looked like a snitch,
and Booney Moe purchased a vehicle with funds
from banks to travel to O Block
and kill whatever O block members they could find.
Wow.
Now, this is explosive here, chat.
This shows that they claim that Dirk was so willing to do anything to exact revenge
on the people who weren't sliding for Vaughn that he told somebody else.
Booney Moe.
He says, yo, it's green light for them niggas.
If they're not sliding, they got to go.
Now, this is all alleged, and we would never put those, you know, these,
these, you know, flabbergasting, flagrant accusations on our brother,
Lil Durk.
Like, nah, like we wouldn't put these on it,
but this is what the government is claiming.
I will be honest.
Wow.
PW1 is also expected to testify that PW1 would have been expected to be paid by
Dirk for any one the conspirators killed.
but that the conspirators did not go through the plan
because of the police presence on O Block.
Wow.
They're saying boone mo and who's PW1?
So PW1 is cooperating.
Chat, what's PW1?
Help me out here, people.
What's PW1?
PW1, who is that?
What is that?
Chad, talk to me.
Talk to me, chat.
Y'all sleeping?
Y'all sleeping, chat?
What's PW1?
Like, like, we could scroll up and find the association of what it would mean.
What's PW1?
Protected Witness?
I'm not, I didn't say who it is.
I'm saying, what is it designating?
Like, the acronym.
Oh, protected witness.
I see a bunch of people saying, okay, protective, okay, so that's a snitch.
Well, fact.
Okay.
So they were going to go kill.
they were this is after an argument let's make this again this a drill this is a whole new clip
make sure you got this right drill don't lump all this in one people want to know they're saying
dirk was going to have booney mo go kill mona duke and any other obloop members who wasn't sliding
wow now i don't believe the good brother dirk would do no such thing like you
this and I think this is all cap the good brother dirk wouldn't do nothing like that I met that
good brother dirt and he was a he was a polite Muslim he was into the faith he wanted to get on
the carpet and pray to Allah he believed in all of the things religion brought you what the
what they are saying about the good brother dirk I'm not going with
I ain't going with it.
Anyway, evidence that
defendant banks and other OTF members
who was involved in the murder of SSR
discussed violence against another rival of Banks
at the defendant bank's directions.
Specifically, an April 2020-3 text message
between Banks, Booney Moe,
is Booney Moe locked up?
Is Booney Moe locked up?
And Zhu, Devon Shea Collier,
is this?
All right, let me not say his name
Because the last time he said I said his name
He said they raided his house
He blamed me
I'm like no nigga
It's your crimes that did that not me
And somebody else
Where he sends a screenshot
Of an Instagram message
He sent to
Richo Lamron that says
I got them hunting
I got them hunting you
I got them hunting you up
Ads better
Have three schemers
ski mask on.
Oh, so this is the guy
was getting hunted.
Richo
Lamron 300.
Ritcho
Lamron 300.
Is he still on Instagram?
Wow, he is.
So they're claiming that Dirk
was going to have him
as a pack.
He was going to be in a blunt.
Wow.
So Dirk
allegedly was going to turn his TV off.
Rocket Snopbox.
These are all allegations.
Probably,
the good brother Dirk would never do something like that.
Dirk is a man of faith.
That don't believe us.
So Dirk told him there was going to be three niggins with ski masks coming at him.
Count his days.
Is he still alive?
Or is he posting from the grave?
I got a...
Okay, he posted memes.
Nah, Dirk was on his ass.
Nah, Dirk was on this nigger's ass.
Holy!
People tell him.
Tell him, don't snitch on smirk, bro.
Let that man come home.
Keep it in the streets.
Please don't snitch on smirk.
Now, if he was the protected witness, they wouldn't mention him, so I don't think he's in.
Damn.
So they're saying Dirk hitting the button on him.
Damn.
In April 23, now, you know what we're noticing from here?
Look like Dirk kept it good.
And, you know, I'm going to speak out of term a little bit.
I want to speak.
And by the way, new clip drill, it's a new clip right here.
I have a theory while OTF record just off of this.
Real talk.
Here's my theory.
Dirk and them, I ain't saying Dirk did nothing, but let's say maybe he did.
I don't want to talk about what he may have did.
Let's just say Dirk was doing this thing.
If we read this, all this police document and this, like, you know,
indictment and memorandums and all these like motions and everything carefully.
And this is like, you know, addition to a memorandum, or emotion, actually.
You know what it tells me?
Dirk got locked up once he start feuding internally.
It's like the fares was watching him the whole time, but it couldn't get to him.
Couldn't get to him.
But it wasn't until he started beefing internally.
Remember dirt became Muslim.
Dirt started telling some of them
niggas kick rocks.
So now these niggas, you know, some of them
like, they dead broke.
Dirk trained them out.
The Faz didn't really get up with Schmirk
until he started going back and forth.
This is why sometimes it pays to not
jump from crew to crew to crew
because here's a thing.
All of these niggas,
they think they taking penitentiary chances for you.
They taking life chances for you.
they feel you indebted to them for life.
So when shit don't go good,
they're the ones flipping.
They're the ones that's going to start making you act out of character.
But it appears that the government start getting, you know,
remember, Dirk don't got nothing on the phone.
There's nothing with Dirk in the phone.
But shit is so hectic internally that we didn't know
that Dirk is sending people.
pitches of niggas and with wild shit like remember i i said before there's no really
dead to right shit with dirk i still don't think there is but this is too much
remember the murder doesn't happen they don't have nothing with dirk talking about the murder
like this like oh yeah we put that nigger we put that nigga in a pack oh we smoke it on none of that
not for a little pop where do they have incriminating evidence they said they got text threads
Banks, Booney Mo, OTF, and Zoo,
where Dirk is sending messages,
sends a screenshot of a message he said to this guy,
which it says, I got them hunting you.
You better have, it says,
better have three ski masks on.
That's not dirt.
This is out of character, chat.
This is out of character for Smirk.
Smirk don't be doing a young thug
and doing what these other niggis doing.
Like, smirk don't say nothing.
about nothing. No disrespect the thub, but you get what I'm saying.
He don't do the chatty-patti.
So Dirk sending a message where he's lightweight threatening somebody in a group chat is like,
you could tell he's probably trying to amp his guys up who's still on his squad to say,
fuck that nigger.
I told that niggas up.
Fuck him.
But now that's giving more information and details to the feds.
Oh, okay.
They beefing with each other.
they beefing with each other.
Okay, bet, say less.
Right?
By the way, very age old strategy by the feds.
The feds allowed six, nine and shoddy and them and nine trade to go do what they were shooting at everybody.
They were doing shit that people were like, dude, the cops don't know how to investigate.
The only time they locked niggas up was when six, nine and shoddy them start beefing with each other.
Think about that, chat.
They started, they locked niggas up once the internal.
beef happened.
Internal.
Be honest.
When did
6'9 get locked up? The day after
he said, fuck them
dirty bloods and this
and third and they realized they was about a kill
69. Everybody locked up.
April, we're
seen 2023. Remember,
the murder happened 22. They don't
have dirt saying nothing other than one thing.
Don't book no flights with my name on there.
Nothing else.
but they're rapping this as a conspiracy
based on how hot Dirk was talking internally
not about ops about niggas that they knew
yo
you I told that nigger
I got him hunt your ass
I got him hunt your ass
you better have three ski masks on
he's sending to his homies dirt letting him know like
yo I let that nigga what's up
then they got a voice or audio voice message from
Dirk close associates Booney Moe who sent it to the protective witness or prosecutor whoever
you want to call this person and it says in a voice message Booney Moe conveys the direction
from OTF leader Dirk saying and they called Dirk supposedly blood he says he says about
how defendant Banks wants his money spent including he want people to get sliders and stuff like
that for show
referring to vehicles used to commit criminal activity.
Wow.
Dirk admissions and lyrics about paying for bounties and directing violence include aha,
where he says,
Smirk, slide, slide, slide, don't respond to shit with Vaughn.
I'm like, fuck it, you tripping, go get your gun.
They drop it, locations, I get it, it done.
Fuck tweeting, we slide the phase.
That's my song.
We'd be sliding through their block, but they don't know we have.
Buddy ass got, but I can show his ass.
Then rumors.
You say, I don't want no niggas who you catch.
I want the one I paid for.
Troll and ass.
We shot you, homie.
I like that song too.
Can't cap.
Then scoom his ass says,
Popping traffic, we in Cali.
Ride through Beverly Hills with choppers down and see the oppas.
Bounty Hunter, you ready to crack that little bitch to get
her up.
Oh shit.
God damn, man.
Now, here's the thing.
I want to make it very clear, y'all,
that even though, and I think this is why people think
Dedi has flipped on, you know, dirt, that's not true.
This thing here was a government notice.
So the government notified.
They notified the parties.
Actually, I think this should have been.
been sealed. And by the way, they took down this document. That's what I'm saying. Dirk all day,
got it. But like, I couldn't find this on a docket because I think some of this stuff
detailed some privileged things, even though they kind of, they were careful still. And they also
outline the government's strategy. So this was not supposed to be known. So what happens when
you file a motion, you usually quote the supporting documents as exhibits,
or whatever and that's what Dedey did.
He's basically saying all this evidence,
yeah, got against Dirk, got nothing to do with me.
Why you got me charged with Dirk?
And that doesn't mean he's going against Dirk.
That just means he wants his case severed.
And I'm telling you if it's severed, it helps Dirk.
Because one of the main connective tissue to this conspiracy
is saying that Dirk told Dedy to hire niggas.
D D.D. is saying, I ain't get told to hire nobody.
And I ain't hiring nobody.
Fuck is you talking about.
Why would I hire someone?
That's his thing.
Interested.
Let's listen a little bit to what Jake would say.
Let's see if he gets to anything that's different for me.
From Dirk.
To travel to Oblock and kill whatever members they could find.
He also agreed to testify that he would have expected to have been paid for the murder,
but the plan didn't go through because of the police presence in Oblo.
These texts were from 2023.
In 2025, 31-year-old Monta-Duc would be killed outside a bar with O'Block Younging.
Turning to breaking news from overnight on Chicago's north side.
Chicago police say two people were shot and killed and a third person was hurt.
This happened early this morning near Broadway and Rosemont.
It's still unknown what led up to that shooting.
So far, no one is in custody.
At this time, no one has.
been charged with the shooting and in no way has Dirk been connected.
If Dirk is able to beat this case off a technicality like the prosecutor is illegally working,
that would be some insane shit.
But in our reality, he'd most likely just get re-indicted, or at least that's what I would assume.
It's hard to say if any of this is looking good or at least better for Dirk, because the
accusations are still punishable by forever and don't seem to be letting off that forever part.
The feds would also highlight Dirk as shown a repeated disrespect and willingness to impede
the judicial process.
Apple Watch, baby. From phone violations to getting caught with an Apple Watch,
the feds would claim Dirk has escalated his defiance of BOP rules that keep witnesses and others
safe. They find it even more troubling that instead of accepting responsibility,
Dirk attempted to destroy the watch and impede the investigation. Not saying it can't happen,
happen, but I highly doubt Dirk will ever get a bond in this case.
This is going straight to trial unless Dirk is off for the deal.
He can't refuse.
But that's just my.
Now, here's another thing to consider.
And I know some people might be like, yo, why is he stupid to be having an Apple Watch?
His lawyer prior already told him, brother, they're not going to give you a bond no matter what.
So like, you got to survive behind bars, right?
Like, you're going to have to make, yep, you know, federal trials go way quicker than state.
like obviously like wind up and melly been waiting for like seven years for a trial well he already
got one but he's waiting for a second round one around in federal court they're going to try to
give you a trial like within the year they're not trying to wait eight years to put you on trial
they move at an expedited pace if you're down to move at an expedited pace and dirk want to get
home so he wants to move at an expedited pace so it's like you know he's not going to get a bond
so he's not going to be in jail trying to be a choir boy like yo yo yo give me a watch give me a phone
Yo, give me an iPad.
Yo, I'm over here, like, yo, I got to go find some bitches on Batty Hub.
Like, yo, I'm about to go do my thing.
Like, yo, I got to go, you, I got to go tap in with Big Act when he's streaming.
I got to see what's popping out here.
Like, you're not getting a bond anyway.
So what they're bringing up is like, it's like water in the bridge.
It's no way Dirk is sitting there like, and he's paying the best attorneys.
They're not saying, no, bro, you got to just be a choir, boy, they're going to let you out.
No, this is a charge that carries life.
those charges they usually presume that there is a
a risk of flight and also they they presume
especially for violent charges that you're a danger to community so
he's ain't getting out so like he can doing his thing in there so I hope he got
another Apple watch or whatever whatever man let that man cook bro
opinion and we'll just have to wait and see how this case plays out
Now one thing about it, coming from somebody that's been in jail, having a criminal case go on, you know, I had a public defender.
I didn't have a fucking Drew Finling.
And I feel like the majority of America will never have a Drew Finling.
We'll never know what it's like to be represented by a lawyer or that caliber unless you're making crazy money.
But when your lawyer or your public defender comes up with a motion to dismiss, it sounds great.
You're thinking of yourself like, oh, hell yeah.
Yeah, yeah, they're gonna go for that. Yeah, they gotta throw it away. I just beat this case. You know, I'm good. I'm good and then it goes to the courts and then like, we ain't going for it.
The decision is up to them regardless. So they can make something sound great.
Beating this off a technicality, throwing out the curveball that the top federal prosecutor isn't even supposed to be in his position is crazy.
And the fact that so many federal public defenders have all filed against him.
this man if Drew Finling is able to get him thrown out that would be insane but the feds are
on top of everything they even accused Dirk of having Drew Finley going Vlad TV to make
Dirk look better in the eyes of the public like the feds are on everything they watch the
DJ academics interview of him talking about how do you feel when people say slide for
Vaughn they listen to all the lyrics about him talking about slide for Vaughan they're
watching everything and they're trying to manipulate every situation they can to get the conviction
that they essentially want now here's the thing when you file a motion saying look we want the specifics
we want to know how code of language was used we want to know who said what to who the feds can only
respond by letting it be known all right this is who said what this is what was said but when they
do that dirk's team is going to now be able to build a defense towards that so i don't think this
was necessarily to dismiss everything,
I think it was more so
to force the feds to release the information
so that Dirk's legal team can better attack them
and do a better job at defending him
when it comes down to trial.
I think that this is all tactics right now.
We're watching a million dollar lawyer play.
He's playing ball.
And he's playing ball with the feds.
And by the way,
Yeah, sometimes playing ball also results in you filing motions that don't get accepted.
You know, you got to figure out more information in where the government stands
and certain things to know how you could properly combat stuff.
And I think that's what Drew Phelan is doing.
So, like, you know, I know some people are, they're really bent up on some of these motions,
whether they're granted or denied.
But you have to realize this is going to be a chess game all throughout.
They're going to get to the part of what's going to be admissible in trial.
They're going to fight over this damn jury thing because I'm pretty sure Dirk is like,
nah, I want the juries to be known.
Why?
You might have that one OTF juror who says, fuck that.
I'm not putting that nigh in jail no matter what.
Fuck you, niggas.
They sat through the trial.
They're like, fuck you, niggas.
We're going to do a hung jury, even if y'all think he guilty.
We're not doing it.
So I don't think they want that to, you know, they're going to fight over everything, right?
They're going to fight over everything.
All right.
Let me call Wack 100.
Wack 100 is our regional, you know, gangster.
He's going to.
Wack might be sleeping.
Well, it's only like 1229 on the West Coast.
Going on them regular.
Yo.
Wack.
What up, bro.
bro.
Hey, we just went over all the paperwork for dirt, man.
Dirk guys in trouble.
I had to call you, man.
I needed some extra opinion, man.
What do you think, man?
You know, you run the exposures over there.
Y'all go over paperwork for a living.
First of all, let's hope.
Whatever he was doing on that Apple Watch,
wasn't discussing nothing wrong.
Well, he tried to break it.
You got to give him some credit.
all you want.
I think got nothing to do
it in the bikes.
You know that.
Once they tap into that cloud,
I don't give a fuck
what you in your face.
That don't affect that.
You think you would have had an Apple watch
on the cloud?
Look at what you mean?
The Apple watch and the iPhone
is the same shit.
Yeah, but I think there's a way
you can have both of them
off of the cloud, right?
Well,
let's hope he did that.
What I do know is it.
Them people,
As long as they got the device, they can get into it.
Let's not forget, bro.
The feds hires hackers to work for them.
That didn't bid time for them.
Let's not forget that, bro.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, some niggas has got to be patient with shit, bro.
You in there like that?
You didn't already got in trouble.
Fucking with phones on the.
his last bail, you don't remember?
Wait, wait, hold on, though.
Like, so I said this, I said,
Dirk, no, he's not getting a bond. He got
to talk to his people. I'm hoping not about criminal
stuff, but, like, you know he's going to have a
phone. It's no way he gets
a bond for murder and higher. So, so, like,
while he waits at trial, he got to keep
a cell phone on him. Come on now. Come on.
I mean, you know, that's what you're doing. That's what
you're doing. I tell all my homies.
Don't call me, bond, no, nothing. You're
getting caught with phones, oh?
You know, I got one nigga got another
two years for phones. I don't even just dumb.
Really? It's just dumb to me, bro.
They give me a niggins 90 days every time they get
called with a phone. It's just stupid as a motherfucker to me, bro.
What do you mean like 90 days in a hole? Like,
what are you? 90 days time, man.
Really?
Fuck you mean, man. So you're doing another two years
that you got caught with phones
eight times.
Now, bro, have some patience, my nigga.
Maybe you need to be in jail
So you think this is like a big deal
Type of shit
Hell yeah
Because at the end of the day
If anything is on that motherfucker
pertaining to that case
To talk to anybody
Or fuck it with anything like that
It's a problem
It's already two
Three niggas telling on
What did you think
What did you think about
OTFDD's emotions
That severed a case
I thought it was a good thing
He's a rat to
What? Wait, hold on.
Wait, hold on.
Can I...
You didn't see what it?
Hey, look, bro, let me tell you something, bro.
I can show you something, bro. I can show you right now.
Yeah.
When I filed a civil suit on WorldStorn, L.A. Media, right?
Big U.
Put some shit up, right?
I can show you why I tell my attorneys,
I'm filing against World Star and L.A. Media.
Yeah.
Take his name out of it.
This nigger, the man, name.
did, meaning you control what your attorneys do or say, right? Did you read that shit? This
niggis saying, pretty much, my client is not in the text thread. You guys are holding them
for this text thread for this shooting that's supposed to happen. It never happened, right? And then he
goes on to say some shit to the sword. Dirt is the only one in there. He names Dirt.
being the head of the text thread.
Nicker, like, what you're doing?
See, that's what I'm saying.
But that's already in discovery.
It's not like he made it up.
No, no, no, no.
No, no. You listen.
Bro, that ain't supposed to come out his mouth, bro.
Only thing you're supposed to say is my client is not in the text thread.
When you start putting emphasis on dirt, dirt, dirt, dirt,
that's let me know
you're ready to cooperate
cooperate, cooperate
you're doing too much
so his point
his point is here in the text thread
that's it
ain't no mention in dirt
but he had to though because
and he ain't got to do no no
see that's what you wrong at
wait what the Supreme Court case
the Supreme Court case
that he's referencing
says that if
if 90%
say me and you were charged together
If 90% of the evidence they only got against you,
I have a case to say,
like, sever our charges because,
or several our cases because I don't want people to hear 90% of the shit versus you
to think that I'm also in all of that.
You're missing the point.
That's why I tell the kids, stay out of these games
because I'm supposed to go.
Nigel, you ain't supposed to do none of that.
Anything that can remotely put a light upon a finger
or anything back at you,
man, you're crying me, and you on some street shit,
nigger, that you, that ain't what you're supposed to do.
I'm sorry.
So, so you're back.
So stop.
No, no, no, no, no.
We're going to keep these gang-bang street nickers where they're supposed to be.
Act, stop trying to move them over here to the right side.
Keep them over here, bro, with this gangster gutter shit.
These are the rules.
Stop.
They didn't let six-nine break the rules.
Fuck all that.
y'all keep giving these niggas
this league way no this
niggas is a blood he's a crick he part
of this crew that crew this crew
these are the rules of the streets
fuck what the square niggins
is saying we don't go by
your rules these are the rules
of the street and this is what
you're supposed to follow and when you violate
you become that
that's it
so you're saying that he should be
mentioning
Nick you don't mention no nigga name
Bob nut never ever
about nothing
ever unless you saying
he didn't do it I'm taking
it freeing his mind
you don't put no shine
and no negative life or
no more weight on your man period
these are the rules
of the street
stop trying to lessen
what these niggins is obligated
to bro the shit getting sick
me no
this is what you signed up
for you understand what I'm saying
you go on fear factor right they're telling you you might have to be mingling with some rats eat some
worms or some slimy shit right this is what they tell you when you call on fear factor right
whack whack okay let me ask what it is bro let me ask you a question maybe he's using the new rules
of the streets that was that was penn no no hold on no that was penned and authored by a uh a individual
named whack 100 and he's using those not the new rules with that
And he's using a 72-hour rule, which means if we get locked up and you don't take your
responsibility in 72, I'm going to say, and you can get that on Amazon, but this is my point.
I created that book.
Yeah.
I created that book.
So all these old dumb nickers, no, they ain't listening to what you're talking about.
This is what they're going off of.
all that shit y'all pop in about what it is
these young niggins is going
I got all that shit in that thing
from talking to young niggas, bro.
So you telling me you feel like this?
Hell yeah, I feel like that.
Fuck that.
Only one of them really come from me.
That's number eight.
If you put a mother,
number eight is if you put a
motherfucker on
and you put a gun in his hand,
he's going to do something, he get caught,
and he's going to,
old rat, if there's three of y'all put him on,
all y'all wear this in this jacket, because
you shouldn't have put him on anyway.
You force a knick on, pressure a nigga on
to be part of some shit, and then he
get caught up and tell on everybody,
you wear the rat jacket too.
You and anybody else that was involved
and initiating this nigga to something
that he wasn't ready for.
So you're saying that the
vouching for civilian rules that
says if you vouch for a civilian
who then cooperates
with the police, both you,
and any enablers will be given the snitch jacket.
Jacket.
Some fat.
Look, let me tell you something.
Holy.
When you go in for a job.
Y'all got to go Amazon to get these new rules, chat.
Like, we got to figure out what rules.
Dirk and them dealing with.
But Wack got the new rules for the YN.
That's what they're going.
It's a new testament.
And number 13, you can snitch on the dead body.
I'm all for that.
You can save a able body
To throw more dirt on the dead body
I'm all for that
No problem
But the rest of the rule number one
Six-nine is a case study
You snitch on me I can snitch on you back
The case study is six nine
But six nine got up in there
And they hit him with the kingpin
Try to give him 47 years
And he heard all these niggas was putting everything on him
What did he do? He told on them back
To save himself
Okay, what does Dirk do?
What does Dirk do?
Like, Dirk can't do shit.
Ain't nothing he can do but sit back and watch the show.
Bro, the worst is yet to come.
Wow, we got, hold on.
They cooperate on him, bro.
All right, we got a plan as if we were the think tank for Dirk's team,
whether it's his attorney team or his real-life street team
that haven't got picked up.
You don't see what they're doing, bro.
They're establishing that Dirk will call a hit.
Those text messages are establishing that he will give orders to go spin the block,
to pipe up, to kill niggins.
Okay, they're establishing that on the tech,
although that's other locations, not Beverly Hills.
If they can show two, three situations, documented,
and a rat niggins that's in these text threads,
verifying it, they're going to say if he did these things here,
what makes you think he didn't call the shot in Beverly Hills.
That's all they doing.
Now, here's the thing, and this is going to be an interesting thing to remember,
and I can't wait to hear your opinion on it, but chat, remember this.
When I was, when we were going into it, I know we didn't cover it, like, like,
really all in all, but in the Dauph case where Hernandez-Govan,
we all said he's cooked.
We got the shooter telling on him to center.
He got found not guilty.
If the people who testify on Dirk end up being criminals themselves who face in life,
could a jury say, y'all niggis just passing the blame?
Bro, here goes a difference.
There's nothing, no text, no messages, no nothing from Galvan with them dudes, bro.
Mm-hmm.
Nicky what you mean, they got text messages.
Identify the phone numbers
Text threads
What you're talking about
Bro?
Galvar Deek
He didn't have none of that
They couldn't tie them
To them dudes
The dudes said the nicker
Dropped the money off
Had a ski mask on
Come on, bro
This is a whole other
dumb shit
Bozo shit
Knick's playing
Kingpin type shit, bro
That's what it is
Bro, they have text threads.
Somebody gave it up.
So you're trying to tell me that dirt is cooked, stick a fork in them.
Yeah, it's just this niggas talking.
They're using all that to show that he will call a shot.
And all the niggins are, and all that, then it's another thing, right?
I'm going to be real.
Niggins don't fly in the San Diego.
to get a runner car to drive to L.A.
Maybe they don't like traffic.
Maybe they don't like traffic.
Bro, if you don't like traffic,
you don't fly into San Diego
to get a runner car to drive to L.A.
nigga, that's traffic.
Then you got to come through San Diego County,
Orange County,
then crossing L.A. County.
What the fuck are you talking about, bro?
You don't fly in the San Diego
to get a runner car to drive to L.A.
Maybe they didn't want to see paparazzi.
They didn't want to see paparazzi.
What do you mean?
He came in on private.
They came in on commercial.
What are you talking about?
You're coming in two places.
Either L.A. or Van Nuys private.
They came in commercial.
All right.
Okay, why?
No, that shit makes sense, right?
I'm listening to you and I'm hearing exactly what you're saying.
The only thing, this is my only retort.
And like, on a serious side.
I'm like, what you're saying is absolutely right.
But remember, they got a sentence a man to,
life by basically saying it's guilty of murder for hire.
And the only thing that, like, yes, some of these,
some of these things look suspect.
Why'd you go there?
Why are these people going there?
Why did you send this message?
But nothing, there's no message that they got that says,
where Dirk says, y'all killed that nigger Kwondo yet?
Nothing says that.
You're missing the point.
They got a witness already cooperating on that.
Ben had one.
We just ain't seen what they said.
It's three shooters.
One of the shooters is cooperating.
Yeah, that's true.
Yeah, that's cool.
Yeah, I don't know.
What the fuck, yeah.
Yeah, I don't know.
You don't need too much more than that.
One of the shooters is cooperating.
Then in the paperwork,
you got the conversation.
They said they had it in and out.
The other two niggins was figuring out
how they getting paid.
all that's in the paperwork
is it the paperwork
so you think that Didi is telling
they ran a poll in my chat
and
A lot of people say yes
but I'm saying no
The fact that D D D D D D D even allowed
that shit to be said
is crazy
It's crazy bro
But don't you think
So here's my theory.
They need Dedy, because two of the shooters, Dirk don't know.
They need D D D D D D D D C's on the case to prove the conspiracy.
If Dedy's case is separate and they can't use Dedy against Dirk,
Dirk case look better because he could be like,
yo, two of the niggas who killed him, I don't know them niggins.
I don't know him from a can of paint.
How the hell you don't?
That's not going to happen because your management book the flights,
the hotel rooms
in cars
so you know
what you mean
you don't know
they're down there for you
but we gotta remember
academics
he was down there
to interview with you
nigga
oh I'm glad you mentioned
no whack
fuck as you talking about
whack you got the timeline wrong
the interview with me
and we just read it
interview with me was in
April
no no hold on
we just read it
it's in May
2023
and the murder
happened in August
2022. This was a good...
Well, that wasn't you.
That wasn't...
He went there,
suppose he did a podcast.
We can't find a podcast.
We've been looking for it.
And then not only that,
there was another point,
right?
He says,
and I understand
what he's saying.
Don't put my name
on the rooms,
meaning he don't want his name
on the incidentals, right?
Because you know
niggas be smoking,
10 shit, you know how that shit go, right?
I'm the same way.
I'm going to pay for the room,
but you need just put in your own card on your incidentals, right?
So that means you're aware of who's coming.
That's in the work.
You are aware of who's coming.
You know what I'm saying?
The manager is going to testify because the manager booked the rooms with the company card.
He didn't, that wasn't like, oh, I want to hide who's here.
he's just saying
like bro I'm gonna book the rules
but y'all gonna put your card down on
instance of that way if y'all smoke the room
out you know that's 750 act
you know all that shit go
you niggas run the bill
up and that motherfucker that's on you
you know what I'm saying
so he's aware
who's coming because
they booked the rules on the company car
true
you get what I'm saying
so you can't play that role
that you didn't know who was there
Now, do I think Dirk called it?
No, this is what I think would happen.
Dirk got something to do.
He called up top, y'all fly the niggas in.
We got to move around.
Him and his man come in for Miami private.
Dirt go to a spot wherever it may be, right?
He tell them niggas, yo, meet it.
We're going to meet it at 8 o'clock, 9 o'clock.
We moved in.
Them niggas get in 12, 1, 2, whatever time they get in.
they gonna do what everybody every other little crew do
they're gonna start moving around
calling their little IG bitches
they didn't matter the DMs
whatever whatever whatever
the LA nigga which is like number
the nigga number four number five in the paperwork
that's Brick Bay is
look whoever the nigga is
in LA right hold on
right calls and tells these
niggins they moving around
doing whatever they're doing
right
Dirk at his crib, he's chilling.
I'll get with these niggins 8, 8.30, then we're going to do what we got to do, and then whatever, right?
They get the call.
Yo, that nigga, Kwondo in town.
What?
Seen the nigga out to boot.
You bullshit.
Yeah, a nigga moving around with some other nigga, they're in the black car.
We got eyes on the nick.
We're being in the lobby.
Whatever.
Know what these dumb-ass niggas do?
That's why you can't fuck with the, with little dumb, stupid, little dirty niggas.
know what they do
gone over there
fuck these cars and dirt
up under the company name
fuck all that
whack you've done some shit like that
you do some market
I ain't never did no dumb ass shit like that bro
I ain't never did no dumb ass you ain't never
book like a hotel in the hunting
entertainment
and get and equipped the nigga with the Stolley
no
nigga whatever whoever's with me
his business
I don't bring no dumb stupid ass
You just can't come around me like that, bro.
Yeah, I'm going to be honest with you.
That should have been a FaceTime.
Like, I don't know why.
I don't bring no dunk.
I think he thought it was being slick when he said that.
But, like, it reads wrong.
It's like Tori on that voice, that call when he was in jail.
Like, he don't really say nothing, but in light of everything else, it looked crazy.
Bro, Dirk had no idea of them little niggas was going to slide like that.
Trust me, he ain't that stupid.
And ain't no nigg.
he had some real dumb niggas with him.
Bro, these niggas killed the nigga
across the street from the Beverly Center, bro.
I don't know what the fuck these niggas
and what the fuck they think they at.
Is you dumb or you stupid?
Hey, the last motherfucker killed the nigga
at the Beverly Center.
They killed Dala.
Let me tell you how he quipped that shit is.
The murderer killed him in the valet
in the Beverly Center, right?
They tracked that nigga camera to camera,
ATM camera, ATM camera.
all the cameras all the way to LAX
and tap the nigga on the shoulder at the gate
and say come with me
you ain't you're not getting away
ain't no way
Dirk been playing LA too long
that he's going to advise the motherfucker
to hear that nigga and some cards
registered to him
and Beverly Hills
are crossed from the Beverly Center
no way
this is a prime example
I have some dummies around you.
Fucking with the hood.
Straight up.
You're going to have some niggas with you.
Have some niggins that got some goddamn sense, bro.
Fucking with the hood.
Hey, hey, hey, can I ask, okay,
let's take it off of Dirk a little bit,
but I want to ask you a question.
They said that Dirk basically told the niggas in Oblock,
yo, if y'all niggins not sliding for Vaughn,
we might have to get some niggas to get y'all clapped.
Is that real or what?
Because niggins was saying jerk was about it.
Niggas is finding out that dirt was all the way about it.
I don't know.
I mean, the only thing I know is what they're saying
they got in the text thread.
The assumptions is the bullshit.
Whatever they got in that text thread,
they're going to definitely use it in court.
No, but, well, forget, I'm just saying in theory.
If he's one of his programs saying,
yo, if niggas don't slide...
Man, I get, bro, theory don't count.
You know, niggins either they're there or they?
If you ain't heard Dirk say it,
they ain't got no motherfucking text ready that.
That's just that.
That ain't even worth mentioning.
Mm.
No fucking theory is Jesus died and came back
to life in three motherfucking days.
Nigel, we don't know.
Fuck.
they can still arguing about that
what we're talking about bro
like that's if they ain't got dirt
in it it ain't on the wiretap
it ain't on the text blast
nigger that shit don't matter
bro that's just tall
that's hearsay
that ain't even gonna be you know what I'm saying
yeah yeah yeah yeah
yeah yeah yeah yeah you can't
but them text messages
and them two three witnesses
that's what's gonna cause the damage
that's gonna break his heart
That's going to break his heart, bro.
Interesting.
Remember that OTF jam, nigga?
They've been real wild about that, nigga.
You think Jam slip in that jam?
Hell yeah.
You can't even find him in the system.
Maybe at a camp.
Maybe he's cooling.
I don't get fucking about it.
You can get found in the system.
I definitely believe Jam.
I believe Dedy going to end up flipping.
and there's already one or two
already down that didn't flip.
Oh, hell, no.
That's a problem.
That's a problem, my nigga.
Hey, by the way, you seen Did he get four years?
Like, how do you think that's going to be?
I heard he's going to be in a camp.
Niggins is telling me he...
He's going to go into a camp.
He's going to a low security.
He ain't going to be no gate.
Nothing, bro.
He's going to cancel.
Did he be out August September, my nigga?
Wait, wait.
Do you think he's like, fuck bitches?
When he backed there or no?
I mean, if he's dumb,
If he's stupid, he'd do that.
But if he's smart, he'll mind his motherfucking bitch to come home.
That shit's wide open.
Reggie Wright was in.
He said, niggins used to leave and go buy Popeye's chicken and come back.
Oh, he got to go fuck Gina.
Gina's a real one.
She showed up and said, I was just-
You better go do that 10-11 months, bro.
Come on home, bro.
That's the criminal mentality.
Like, bro, stop trying to be slick.
Do what you got to do.
Come home so you can do what you want to do.
You know what I'm saying?
Do what you got to do
So you can come home and do what you want to do
You know what I'm saying
Like he's going he's going
He's going to get about another 18 months off
Bro, he already got 14 months in
Shit, 85% of 50 months is 42 and a half months
You know what I'm saying
You know, so
They're going to take that from the top
So the math goes
50 months
minus 15%
Look
That's 42
15%
402 and a half months
Actually I'm lying
50 months
He got 14 months in right
Yeah
They're going to take that
On the top
30
I leave him with 36 months
Um
minus the 15%
That's 30 months
And then he's going to do the drug
program
as mine is 12
and then the six months to the
halfway house. So he's going to
probably roughly do like another year
max. So he'd be home
late in his asses be home October.
Wow. He'd be home
2026 for show.
So you think
Giddy is going to be out of jail
by the end of next year?
That nigga is going to be home in October
like a motherfucker. Watch.
Wow.
Hey. He's going to
camp still. BBI.
Hmm
Hey
Speaking of which
We got to get
The official certification
I announced it on the gram
We have
Poo Shisey
Who's back home
And he's the only rapper
Of recent time
Who came home
Never Snitch
Is that true or not
The exposers
I heard
They did a whole thing on it
We need to know
What's the deal?
Well here goes a day
You know I had his attorney
On my channel
Really
Yeah
I sent you
link you got the link I did the disposal we had to judge attorney but he made some points we made some
points but the point that he had to clear up he was supposed to send the paperwork and he gave me
the word he was going to send it and he never sent it now I will tell you this uh I looked at my phone
today and the exposes been working overtime and they got all kind of new paperwork
Wait, what?
And I ain't ready.
I ain't ready.
But the way they're talking crazy on this text blast.
Hold on, I'm going to send it to you so you see it.
I ain't ready.
They've been working.
Wait.
You think I'm fucking around.
Hold on.
You think I'm fucking around.
Bro, I have it.
Listen.
Bro, I'm going to show you.
What?
I haven't went over it and I come tomorrow.
They're going to be on my line about it.
Yo, like.
Look.
I'm going to show. See, look, you be thinking I'll be capped.
I'm going to give it to your real-time screenshots.
Well, you're going to see they let me know, hey, we got a motherfucker problem.
And they're serious.
And I'm going to be out.
Look at your text, right?
Wow.
I don't, I don't, bro.
I haven't even cracked it, but they're talking crazy.
So I got it.
I got it going in tomorrow and see.
Look.
Yo, y'all got niggins circling shit on paper.
Bro, this is the bro.
Act, this is the real motherfucking operation, bro.
Nick, I got 51 spies.
Then you got the exposers.
We got paid legals.
We got attorneys.
We got fucking P.I.
We got all.
Bro, you looking at, am I, am I capping?
Look, I haven't even had a chance to respond but once.
You see they at me.
Look.
You're reading it.
They got the PDFs.
I don't even want to open the PDFs.
They found everybody proffers.
Whack.
Please just delete this message thread, man.
Bro.
Who shyssey is?
Who should be real-ist?
Listen, bro.
You see what I'm saying.
I haven't even had a chance to address it,
but I will tell you this.
That when we had his attorney on,
I didn't I see you to leave?
You got it.
What?
Who's she one of the good ones, man?
Bro, this ain't nothing.
Listen to me, bro.
Hear me out.
I did my due diligence and brought his attorney.
Is this it?
Here you going to ask.
You got it.
I sent it to you yesterday.
I brought his attorney to my chair.
For two hours
When you go over that, look, you got it
That's 11 months ago
But the attorney was supposed to sit or something
To clear a part up
He gave me his word
And I knew if he said it
It was either going to clear it
Or it was going to show some shit
So why? You John said that big
BIRD ain't solid?
What?
No, what I'm saying is
All day to day,
I've been down there
with this company called Echo
which is going to be some crazy shit
I got to plug you in it at
but
and throughout the day
as you see
look you see what they've been sent to me
the exposes been at work
I don't know what triggered them
but you look look they start
bro look they send in the
paperwork you see what they say
in
You're going to read what they're saying?
They sent it in the cops for his PDS.
I haven't had a chance to look at it.
Why?
But coming to mom.
Why, he got to be solid.
He's the only nigga who shot a nigga over a pair of Jordans and shot a security guard
because he keeps his old fire in the club.
And he came back.
He came back no telling.
Like, we need that.
We need that.
Hey, bro, I'll bring one of them exposers on here.
He's fucking around.
Who then did the research?
All right.
All right, all right.
You know what I learned about, Wack?
You can't, like, when he starts saying shit like this,
he wants you to give him the reason to put some shit out.
Wack, it's okay.
It's okay.
Just tell the deactivate.
What I'm telling you is, I don't know fully what they found.
You see that throughout the day they send me this shit.
But they send in the document, the PDF, the paperwork.
They circling this shit.
They telling me what they see.
You see it, bro.
You look, they, you see it.
You know what, these rappers got to hate you, bro.
They hate me too, but they got to hate you differently.
I mean, bro, listen, this ain't even my, I mean, listen, by the end of the day,
come the mall on the other side of the clubhouse, they're going to put me in that room,
and they're going to present this shit.
I got to hear what they call.
Like, like, kind of what you try to do with thugs?
run a little bit of in offense.
I never ran an offense with Doug.
On your platform, I told you what he did was wrong.
It's bad.
It's telling.
I just wasn't going to call him by his name.
I never, you know what I'm saying?
I was letting everybody run their play.
You know, the shit didn't get loud until I got mad and now it was loud.
But this shit, I haven't looked over what they fit me, but they, they, they feel.
You see it. You look at this shit, bro.
You're going to have everybody can't be a rat.
Somebody got to be silent. I think Shai's...
Nah, six, nine, even told.
He said it. He said everybody tell us.
Okay, this paperwork is
United States of
Launtrell Williams, Jr.
Wherever the fuck that is. Maybe that's... I don't know.
You open the PDF?
I'm open. Now, this is Jayden DeRosa.
You want me to send them to you?
I send them to you.
I don't send them to you.
These shit is live.
And then there's another one with Bobby Brown.
And from the footnotes, the footnotes are saying, wait, oh, shit.
They got even the one with everybody's signature on October 9th, 2020,
and Bay Harbor Island, Florida, Williams Jr. Brown,
what did she say, De Rosa,
and other associates arrived at a meeting
to acquire marijuana, codeine, and sneakers.
During this meeting, members of the group,
Branden's firearms and assault of victim one and two,
following the assault, the group departed to see
with the victim's marijuana, Coen,
and sneakers
all people start talking
this is what they're talking about
okay yeah this shit gonna get in the rest of tomorrow
I ain't seen this work
the footnotes act
you're gonna read the chat your footnotes
what I'm not reading
we celebrating Shiksy coming home
they said all three co-defendants
proffer and plea deals
they all told on victim
one and two
and they said
Poo Shiksy and his two
Co-Continence told on the two victims
Ain't nowhere around it.
Wait, I ain't read-
How do copers told on the victims?
Like, how to...
I mean, bro, they got all the paperwork.
It must be in these documents.
It's, uh...
I don't... I haven't read it.
It's just the footnotes they send it.
I ain't read it.
But they know not to send me nothing
without no paperwork.
So the fact that they
putting footnotes under the paperwork,
whatever they're putting in the footnotes,
is in the paperwork.
That's 99% of the time.
That's what it is.
I personally having read it,
come to mall,
the Hunter Side,
a clubhouse,
they're going to be going over this shit.
So,
again,
I didn't rule.
What time are y'all going over it?
Because I got to hear this shit.
Yeah,
we're probably going to do it.
We're probably doing the 11 o'clock.
We're on the mall.
Yeah.
11.
So that's like...
Okay.
So if the paper is,
Come back to show that he's solid.
You'll say he's solid.
Bro, I did a whole two-hour room.
I found the niggins attorney and had him on my YouTube channel to try to clear the man.
Right.
And with him talking about it, all the shit came up.
And I'm like, okay, where's that at?
And the dude said, well, I got the paperwork right here.
And I'm like, well, you got to send that because of not.
what we're reading right here stands and like you're right
I'm gonna send it
dude never sent it
I came front
so I was if you listened to that two hour clip
I just sent you like you want to drop it in your chat or whatever
I'm trying to clear it but
as of today
I don't know what triggered them
the exposers and they ain't
to work and I don't know what the fuck this is they have
but I ain't read it
Hold on.
Whack,
could we play a game?
I got to play a game.
We got to do, like, quick answers.
It's either,
you got to pick his side.
And I know you're a man,
like,
you don't,
you don't strad the offense.
I'm going to say your name.
It's word association.
Rat or not?
Okay.
Lil Zay Osama.
No,
his paperwork,
his paperwork said he didn't rag.
Young thug.
Rat.
Gunna
Watt
Wudy
Rat
Yack Gotti
He told
He's right he told
Tia
Tia
Longtail rat
I fuck with Yack
But he told
I'm
Man he told the people
If he left me out
I can bring on
some information
Yo, word association is crazy.
Oh, I fuck with that.
I talked with me on the phone, but he told me.
It's what it is.
Yo, Chad, give me a couple.
Give me a couple.
Charleston White.
Right.
I don't understand.
You watch me.
Oh, man.
Six-nine.
Yeah, six-nine, too.
QCP.
Let's see six-nine.
Hold on, before we get a six-nine.
One thing about him is he owned his shit.
That's why I fuck with him.
He's the only motherfucker owned it.
Nobody else want to own that shit.
Cuc-C-P is a civilian.
Oh, man.
Ralo.
Oh yeah, he told we got his work
Yeah, Ronald, he's 12
And the QCPs are civilian, my nigga
That's like saying you
You know what I'm saying?
Y'all better leave that. That nigga got legal security
If you go over there playing

Oh.
Did the niggas
know that he went to jail
for shooting out
a female's back

at a club?
Yeah,

He didn't do no gay and shit.
And then he told
on them other niggas, he took
a nigga name.
A little nigga named Fennas.
He told on them on a robbery.
He gave first, last name, everything.
We got all that paperwork.
Hey, did you see him in Houston?
Apparently, they were trying to press him,
and he stood on business.
That's cap.
That's cap.
Forkworth.
They had to kill that nigga
if they was telling me to check in.
Dude was asking,
yo, bro, why did you perform?
Fennas jumped up there on the hood,
talking about, y'all not been to make me check in,
doing a bunch of hot.
They're looking at this thing.
Like, what the fuck is this nigga?
Come on. We just ask you why he didn't perform.
What nobody telling that nigga to check in.
That is Fort Worth, bro.
They will kill you over there.
If they was pressing that nigga by checking in,
and he jumped up on top of that car,
they'd have left that nigga on that windshield, bro.
The niggins ain't playing over there.
I don't know.
This, nigga, Prenas is bipolar.
He jumps on the car.
It's like, yo, bro, why he didn't perform, man?
A nigga paid to see you perform.
You know, you all ain't going to make me check in,
but what the fuck is you talking about, bro?
What are you talking about?
Hey, I have one more name for you,
but I'm scared to ask it because
this guy has been getting a little belligerent,
and I don't want him to say that
I'm playing internet games with him.
Oh.
Jim Jones.
Yeah, he's a rat.
You know he's a rat.
Everything I said,
not a New York Bloods is saying.
why you ain't in jail?
That's conspiracy on that tape.
You set the whole shit up,
but see it's because Wack was saying it,
and they was on their shit,
New York shit,
they was ignoring it.
Now, all the New York bloods
is saying the same exact shit
that I was saying.
But, you know,
you expect Jimmy to tell,
well.
Cool to me.
Yeah, rap.
Straight rap.
Cool to be said,
He paid Daniel Martinez paid him money to go have shots fired at Chief Keep at the W.

Yo, I can go aloud to you, man.
Yo, this exposure shit you started is like, I think, yo, niggas was living.
What about freaky Ziki?
Straight rat.
We made him read his own paperwork on Club out.
We tricked him.
We tricked him and had him thinking he was trying to read some rhymes.
We had this dumb-ass thing.
We were like, yo, bro, we wrote these bars, read these bars.
And a nigga had no idea we gave him his snitch paperwork.
We got him read his own snitch paperwork on the hunter's side.
Great bozo.
Yeah, he's in tow.
Yo, whack, I ain't going to lie, man.
I think, yo, these niggins hate your guts.

So 6-9 recently was talking about, like,
there's like this big, like this extra big blood,
like the top blood over here, like Mel Matrix.
He came home and 6-9 was clowning him.
So we reposted it.

You know what I mean?
Like, we media.
He was mad.
He was like, yo, I see the internet games y'all are playing.
somebody could get hurt over this.
But it ain't no games, though, that's the truth.

He's got to use a little road game, like, like the joint,
because he was mad grayed up.
Like, I ever go a lot of you.
It was the first time
when I got pressed by a dude
that is like fully gray.
Like he was,
but he looked active.
He looked,
he looked muscular.
I was wondering how he had
that much muscle mass.
Maybe he's taking creatine,
I think.
But he was muscular.
Bro.
I think the burpees he do.
Here you go.
Look,
now,
you're going to play this shit now
because every time I tell you something,
you act like when I'm telling you ain't real.
You're going to play that.
This is a New York shit.
So before you play it,
This is the play.
Mel Mayors come home, right?
He'd think a Jim going to hit him off with a million, right?

So you know what Mel do?
He released the half.
He tells all the old niggins are throwing them.
Presidency men's going to run him back to me and he'll have to pay.
That's what's going on.
Ain't no way these niggas just start doing this, right?
The way they're doing it.

Why are you scared to play?
Jim got you shook?
Now, now, Jim Joe,
like, we're going to let Jim Jones live, man.
You know, we rock with Jim.
So you're not going to play the content?
That's crazy.
This ain't, yo, you heard me.
He said this ain't really content.
This, you say he gets critical.
That's content.
That's con.
Man, that dude ain't going to do shit.
That's content right there, bro.
They own him.
Jim Jones control all of the nine trade dudes now.
So, listen, six nine out of...
Are you saying shit like that?
Going to get him hurt.
Well, that's what I got to be mad.
The way he was mad, I'm like...
Okay.
I thought I pissed the whole gang off.
I'm like, I didn't tell all y'all six-night-ditch.
So why he ain't went over there?
Dude is in New York.
Telling him come over here for your put-off, you bitch-ass, nigga.
We was making you pay for that flag.
Like, should I?
Hold on.
Go, Chad, give me another name.
Give me another name.
We got to get off of Jim Jones.
Oh, play the content.
You brought the nigga out.
I feel like I'm going to walk outside my house and see Jim Jones doing push-ups or something like that.
Like, he's going to be tight.
Yeah.
I need to go do some squats.
Yeah.
Who else, chat?
Who else?
This is a goal.
Hey, hey, what about, um,
They said, what about Boston Ritchie?
I don't really know dude.
I hear he did something, but I don't know his case.
I don't really know nothing about the dude.
I don't know his music.

Yeah, he didn't know my name on at all.
Chat, you got two more names.
Y'all just name it.
All type of stuff.
Chat, we are not playing that content.
We're going to verify first.
This might be like a fan.
Nick, I'm from 05-0 China, original Brim,
nigga, New York Brim,
and that's Fondu,
nigga, first generation blood.
New York, that ain't no West Coast shit.
That's all New York.
That's fresh off the press.
That's weird.
Just cared to play the content.
That's crazy.
Nah, nah, no.
Jim said shit gets critical with him,
so we want to double and triple check.
But you,
mean Jim already responded to the niggas.
Jim ain't respond.
Yo, Wack, you know, Wack, you're saying.
Oh, my, mom, he responded.
Yo, Wack.

Ratt or not?
Yeah, he told.
He told.
We broke that on the hunter side.

The nigga told
we got the
paperwork.
He said it
was his security guard's gun.
Security guard told him it wasn't my
motherfucking gun.
But I didn't fully tell him
why come on now.
Like his man was taking a charge for
him.
Oh no.
They, nigga, they snatched him out of the car.
His security guard
got a legal firearm. One gun
he checked on the plane.
This is a dirty gun.
They tell
Boosie, you have to
right to remain silent. We advise you not to
talk to the attorney here. No,
that's my, that's a security
gun. That ain't my gun.
Whoever they put that gun on catching
the charge. Security is telling
I'm licensed for my
one firearm. That ain't my gun.
O'S he's saying, that's
my security guard's gun.
No, nigga.
You can't just be putting no gun on no
nigga. Ain't this gun, my nigga.
He's getting paid to be security.
He got his one fucking gun. He
licensed. He checked on the plane.
That's ten.
telling him.
Hey.
I got one more, but I'm not going to mention that name because you know how
Wack feel about it.
And me and Wack, we have argued this down because I'm not going to accept Wax's opinion
on this one because he's going to keep talking about the U-Biz and we don't want to talk about it.
So I'm going to go with another name.
Oh, I got two more.
NBA Young Boy.
He ain't number point in the finger at nobody.
Okay, solid.
We got one solid, chat.
Young Boy Rockin.
And they're saying Japers Jr.
He's a
He got a seal file
And he beat bitches and take pussy
Okay
Well, I can't say at least you're not right
The other things are so on this school
But okay
You got a seal filed or the nigga foul sealed though
You remember I'm opposed to seal files like two years ago
And they got one more
You know who gave that information?
Who?
Six nine
Yo, and they said
Hocus 45.
He on the RICO.
He got a RICO, Sex Money Murder Rico in Georgia.
And he's the only one out on the signature bond
out of like 30, 40 people.
He the only went out, registered sex money murder member.
now what he's doing is
about drop the flag
because he's setting himself up
and say
what I told
is after I dropped the flag
so
he's a rat too
he's a mice
he's a mouse right now
he's going to be a long-till rat
in about a year
come I tell you that
hey wait
I have one last name
and I know you cannot call this person
a rat. So we've already solid
them as solid.
Little Meeks.
Oh, he's a rat.
Super rat. He told
on my three niggas.
Go with my security guns.
And then he called the other niggins.
Did you find the other dope? What?
There's more shit in the car. Go back and look.
No, he said.
Yes, he did. He said there's more shit in the car?
Or he just said it's not gone.
It's on the recording, bro.
They got a video on.
They got a video of him saying...
I got a video of him saying that.
What the fuck you been?
Chat, this true?
I thought he was just playing...
I thought, like...
Well, you're not talking about a scene on power, right?
Because that don't count.
No, nigger, real thing.
Dude got to go to jail, bro.
Do you like four, five years.
And it's after...
the police pulled him over his homie sleep
and the passenger seat
this thing threw the girls
on his homie lap
he didn't even know it
yo
is this fax
and someone was intercepted the call
it's real
the world is one big cheese pot
everybody tell it
so wait
if somebody you knew
that you know
that you know
know, they might have a light reputation in the streets, but none too crazy.
If they got jammed up and you and their friend and they could get out of it telling, would
you advise them to tell?
Hell no.
What's you talking about?
Because if everybody tell it, it's like if everybody wearing a COVID mask and you're the
only one that wearing a COVID mask, it kind of feels stupid.
So if everybody's telling it, why not tell?
Yo, Troy have boys, the streets is a myth.
That's what it's going to.
Damn.
Niggins were saying Poushaisi was going to bring the streets back, and I was agree.
I ain't going to lie.
Nah.
Listen, I fuck with Pushaisi, but I'm going to tell you this.
If he let Thanksgiving catching, if he let Thanksgiving catch him, if he put him, if he
pulls a young thug
and gets out, he's already starting
on Raw.
Pushai-Ce buys a gold chain.
We don't want to see that shit.
Let us see
Push-Scii brought the football team
new uniforms.
Push-i-see-see went and did something with
the homeless shelter. We don't give
a fuck about you. You already did
that shit. You was at first base.
Push-ishy, signed the Gucci.
This, this, this, that for Memphis.
Okay, boom.
you had a hit.
You got the first base, right?
You tried to spill second a couple times.
You got locked up.
Now you back at home plate with the back.
You got to drop the music, bro.
Niggas don't give a fuck about your gold chain.
Niggas don't give a fuck about a car.
Where the music?
If he don't come with the music and he let Thanksgiving catch him,
is over with.
Why do some problems, babe?
And so I hope somebody.
telling him this ain't
three, four years ago.
You got to come with it quick.
Hey, you ever heard of

He locked up, though.
He's looking at 30 years.
For real?
That's overweight.
Nah, ain't no way.
One thing I like about his music,
he sounded like he was rapping about real people, real situation.
He was cocked, my nigga.
He's overworked.
He's looking at about 30.
What?
Yeah, true car.
Yeah, go pull a true car up.
You want to talk, we could talk about the cats out there doing something that's free.
Wait.
Yeah, he became gay Jain, well, forget it.
I heard he just locked up for six months.
Wait, how do you get 30 years?
No, he got out and went back already.
Niggins like Arkansas, Tennessee or something shit, pull it up.
He's looking like a 30 piece.
Niggins from start to him.
Man, I was listening to his music.
He gave all Chicago energy, like he was really doing show.
Oh, he hard.
He hard.

but once you look that nigga's toes, it's over.
Like, you know, we, you know.
I don't know, bro.
I represent Blueface.
I represent Johnson Porter.

I knew the Return the Blueface is coming.
Use it.
He's going to have a box.
to match with Swaggy P,
X Lakers, probably about March,
reality show, fresh out of love.
Why the hell would Swaggy Pete take that?
Why would you want to fight that nigga coming out of prison?
That's all he's doing in Scotland.
Man, Swaggy, been in their training, my nigga,
Swaggy ain't no punk here West Coast nigga.
So, friendly, fade.
They're going to get out.
We got the urban music style.
We got the sports side.
You know what I'm saying?
Swaggy P said I would get with the arena every day.
So it's going to be a great fight.
We got nothing but sports.
November 7th, Caribbean class.
down in Hollandale, Florida, at the casino, November 7.
We got like 8 to 10 fights.
We'll come check it out.
None but sports to build a truth TV platform.
Another thing I got to talk to you about, you know what I mean?
A lot of shit going on.
When's Kendra going to line it up with Drake?
You know, Drake down, Drake ready for that.
Drake ready for what?
The head up.
Yeah, we can line it up with Drake and DeRosen.
Nah, not, not.
Don't drink and the Rosen.
Okay, well, I mean, shit.
You know, I don't know.
Unless Drake's security guard want to get out with Kendrick's security guard.
They'll do that, too.
Wait, what you think Kendrick would duck the faith versus Drake?
After calling a PDF?
That's crazy.
We don't fight PDF.
He never called him a PDF.
Oh, man.
Hey, and do you think that Drake should catch a head up with Bron?
Because Brian been moving a little bit funny.
Man, Drake should be Drake, man.
He a license.
kid nigga bro that licks his lips bro
leave that nigga on that side of it man
I'm trying to put that nigga to middle of the street
Drake probably ain't never had a fight in his life

that's just him man
Drake ain't probably never had a fight in his life

Drake ain't did shit
that's a group of niggas did it

No, they said Drake was putting
belt to ass in the fight.
They said, Drake's, that's cap.
Drake kind of like that from when I'm,
hey, this not the grass.
Man, you know, man, listen, bro.
Let Drake be Drake, bro.
Drake been working out with a trainer.
I heard, you know what I mean?
We don't give a fuck about none of that shit, bro.
That's cap.
Let's Drake be Drake.
Ain't nobody saying he ain't a man.
Ain't nobody said he won't defend yourself.
But stop talking all that other type of shit.
with that man named. That ain't what he do, bro.
Hey, has the West Coast adopted LeBronman?
Because LeBron is riding so heavy with the rest coast right now, man.
I think he won't attach you.
LeBron is LeBron.
Bro, I mean, shit.
LeBron, the oldest man of NBA, look, baby.
See, outside on some dusty stairs.
See what I'm saying?
Yeah.
Lebron is LeBron.
He's the oldest man in NBA right now, right?
40, 41?
I think you know
the goddamn damn right now
what you think about
Steph Curry wife
I see dogging him
crazy
I mean
you know
I would normally comment on that
but you know what
she out of line bro
I've had a history with a couple
out of line women
they know only God can
separate me from so thank God that they
separate me I'm not going to speak on his
situation the only reason why
is because he came out and he told killer Mike
to mind his motherfucking business
and don't speak on his wife.
So when a man says that,
even if you think he's in a situation
that you think is bad for him,
until he bump is there,
you gotta let him rock.
Yeah, well, he bumped it now
because she's on a mission.
Wait, wait, what she do lately?
What did he do?
What Aisha Curry do?
She said that she never wanted to be married,
she never wanted to have any kids,
All kind of crazy shit.
He's talking crazy, bro.
Four years later.
She married, listen, bro.
They got together, dude was 21.
Next year, no, he was 20.
The next year, he got drafted by the NBA.
Two years later, she married the nigga.
So I don't know what the fuck going on.
You know, she claimed it.
Wait, she said that?
I did not want to get married.
She's going crazy.
I didn't want to get married.
I didn't want to ask you.
She's going crazy, bro.
No way.
What she said?
She seeks the attention of other men.
Well, let me ask you a question.
Do you think that's just her or most women,
and maybe she just said the quiet part out loud?
Hey, bro.
Don't know man's wife.
Hopefully say they seek the attention of other men, bro.
What the fuck are you talking about?
Act, this is how your bitch got to.
I don't got no tick.
I mean, right now you don't.
But when you did have one,
she was seeking
attention of another man
That's definitely not a fact
That's how
Yeah that ain't cool bro
Like what the hell you mean
Like
You can't take nothing that don't belong to me
You don't need to be with that man
Why you can't
Listen
Here's my motto
You can't take nothing that on below to me
Yeah but you thought it belonged to you
No no
If
If I was with somebody
She was publicly lusting for another dude
Publicly
while we're together like yo
I want other niggas to like
my I think that that was crazy when
she said it earlier so a couple years
yeah I don't know bro it's just
kind of hey you know Steph Curry like
the most non-competational
dude in the league like
well like arm B said
good guys come in last
I guess a woman
be wanting a motherfucker to
talk a little shit every nine
in put them through something I don't know
interesting because it feels like if she was with a
nigger like future she would never say some shit like
that right it's almost like he's too perfect
of a guy
that's what I'm saying like optically
and I don't know that if there ends and outside
I don't want to caution myself because I don't want to speak
on because again my motto is
I don't care what niggis think about people
relationship if the nigger look happy
mind your fucking business but
I will say
part of what she's saying
like kind of almost reeksaw
of if that nigger was doing
a little bit more cheating.
She'd act in line.
Like, it proves.
Sometimes you might just have to go fuck another bitch.
Like, real talk.
Because, like, when you two bunch of the perfect guy,
she's over here thinking about everybody else but you.
She need a, yo, put like this.
I forgot which thing you say he liked keeping a bit stressed out.
She don't look stressed out enough about Kurt.
She's too safe.
He need to go fuck one of the cheerleaders,
put the girl in the front row.
he need to be having 15 holes like Stefan Diggs.
I guarantee her ass would be on spaces wild and out like Cardi B.
She would have never, ever been on no podcast that comfortable to say.
He should have her ass stressed out.
He should be fucking Molly Quorum from ESPN.
He should be fucking Taylor Rooks.
He should be fucking the three chicks who always be staring at the stars in the front row.
he should be fucking three cheerleaders on some Dwight Howard shit
Yeah
He should keep this chick stressed out
She got too much time on a hand
She's talking crazy
I don't have them type of problems
If R&B told you
I'm not gonna lie
Wack I love you
But there's something about
The Rock
That when that nigger is on
the screen is irresistible
could you
could you line up
a meet and greet
as a fan
my woman is a grown ass woman
bro it's not a kid bro
a grown woman who understands
she would have grown ass man bro
that's kid shit bro
I wonder why this girl
doesn't shit you know what it is
I think she suffers from main character syndrome
anytime you see a girl who's not content
with like she
ain't content that people
She said she didn't she say something that she walks the attention
She said some crazy shit bro
Yeah she said she she craves other men's attention
Yeah that's kind of crazy still but
Well what do you think it's about Steph Curry then
Because at some time when they get home and it's all quiet
Do you think you ever says to her like
Like I love you and everything but shit shut the fuck up when we in public
Like stop saying this dumb shit or do you think
At this point in time it don't even matter
somebody you know it don't even matter at this point in time it's just
what it is bro a lack of respect is disrespect you know what I'm saying so
but love is a powerful thing man I think that's his high school sweetheart
and also here's the thing too this is what I've also noticed I've noticed this
a lot of times when the public let me say it's a lot of men we do our dirt
mostly in private and sometimes the girl will do their dirt
Or they'll reciprocated with disrespect publicly.
So all we're seen is what she's saying.
Maybe he got 15 holes over like 18 holes like Tiger Woods
that she's over here pissed off about
and she's trying to get her lick back, but she can't really.
So she goes and says some dumb shit that may end up embarrassing him.
But he don't check her because he know he got this bitch over here, Kisha.
He got this bitch over here, Wendy.
I'm like about 18 right now.
Listen, R&B sent Antoinette over here tonight.
See, my woman, she gets me different women.
I got Antoinette with me tonight, bro.
Wait, what?
Yeah, I got Antoinette with me tonight.
Oh, she roleplay?
No, I got Antoinette with me, bro.
Y'all got a third chick.
No, she, I got Antoinette with me tonight.
Her name is what's your man?
Oh, y'all role playing.
Oh, y'all ain't that kinky shit.
Holy.
Y'all, kinky.
Yo, I ain't a lot of you.
I heard, Wack, I heard you talk about your sex live R&B for a little bit,
and I, and I felt like you put Adam and Lennar the shame, and they're the porn stars.
Oh, you know, bro.
It looked like that, it looked like y'all got whips, chains, butt plug, oil.
One point, you say you drink the pee.
I'm like, this is getting out of hand.
Oh, no, I just, you know, I, I, I didn't want no whites, bro, tried to clean.
her up. We were on the side of the
road in Mississippi by the cotton fields.
Man.
She had to go, bro,
so I had to hold her up. I had no
problem holding them to teach him. So
she got ass. So I had to
when she was done, bro.
I couldn't let her just sit back at the car,
bro. I had to get her right,
get her fresh. Why, keep
it a being. Keep it to be.
Because we all men,
and walk away from
R&B real quick. Walk away from her.
Don't you ever be like, man, I'm tired of the same box.
I need some new shit.
Hey, oh, no.
Hey, listen, this shit feel like something different every day.
This shit's incredible.
Damn.
Like, I'm with my woman all day, every day.
And you never be like, man, I need some new box.
Listen, she asked me one day, you don't get caught.
You up on you.
Keep me with you all day.
I don't get never.
Boy, this shit right here is different.
So you never, ever, ever.
You never be like, oh, I need some new box.
Never.
R&B, you got to bring him,
you got to bring him a little threesome.
That boy deserves a threesome.
I got a million places where I can go.
What do I tell you?
We leave them at 2 o'clock.
We leave that 1 o'clock.
We got to go to Orlando.
We got to go here.
We got to go there.
We got to go to Miami.
We got to go here.
When men is on that, they're going to go by,
they're going to find a reason to boo by themselves.
And, Act, I never deprive him if he, I mean, we've gone there.
We've gone there.
Listen, man, I act, listen, man, I got unlimited.
Oh, shit.
Six, seven, eight, nine, ten times a day.
And if he decides he wants some box, we better pick it out together.
That's how we operate.
Yeah, but are you going to be mad at him if you see, you know what I mean,
Wack going Incredible Hulk on the new chick?
Keep it a beat.
All of a sudden, you see Wack drinking her pee.
You're like, what the fuck?
Oh, no, C.C., that's all blemish.
You can't do all of that.
Now, he can beat it up.
I have no problem, but she has to, listen, hey, she has to perform.
She got to make me come like three and four.
times and listen i will kick back with popcorn and watch him devour her it's a treat at that point
i'm good i ain't gonna lie whack you found you a winner man how did you find rnbee we we got to figure out the

I just sent you the demo.
It ain't done yet.
I'm about to go up on it to 10 again.
Wait.
Oh, you getting, you getting tattoo?
I'm about to go back up under the needle.
I just sent you the demo.
You're not getting that whack.
You lie like that.
Yeah, what you mean?
R&B, you see what this thing is sent me?
Yeah.
So whack is going to tattoo your face on his chest.
That's more than her face.
Yeah, I mean, that's everything.
That's everything about her.
Wait, wait, wait.
So you have his face on your back and waxen tattooed your face on his chest.
I mean, that's more than her face.
That's her face, her name, or sign.
You know, the music notes represent her name.
That's all gotty shit, bro.
What is this happening?
Because I want to see this.
End in the month.
For real?
Yeah.
many sessions it's going to take?
I think he said like two, three.
Damn, that's not.
Probably about 12 hours.
Wait, wait, okay.
Like, first of all, y'all doing a lot of commitment stuff with tattoos, this and
third.
Would you consider, you know, marriage or additional kids?
I know, I think you both have kids, right?
Hold on, bro.
Listen, shout out to Joe, Joe, Joe, the jeweler.
You know, Joe.
The one just did the guy.
you know Joe right
The one just did the guy
Yeah
All right
Well shout out to Joe
Joe just got done
Designing the ring
And you know what it is
When you're in the nigger
And designing the ring
That's how you know it ain't cap
Hold on you know it ain't cap
Because you're gonna see the molds
And as you see
What I just sent you
You know actually is not playing
You're actually see that
ring in the cat.
You really have like a mockup of a ring.
Bro, it's designed.
A custom ring.
Definitely for R&B.
It couldn't be for nobody else.
No, that's her sign.
That's the music knows.
Her sign.
She's a Scorpio.
I got the Scorpio holding a diamond.
You know what I'm saying?
What?
Can I actually want like honestly one question?
And it's a question that probably I could use your answer to help me.
Um, well, how do you?
48.
Okay.
How come you find this level of love and it took you 48 years?
45.
Okay, 45.
I would have thought you'd have found this level of love maybe before.
Why do you think you found it now?
Why didn't find anybody else?
Look, you got to remember.
I don't come from the day world.
I was with my kid's mother for.
14 to 44, 30 years.
But I got a son that's 31.
You got to think about it.
So I wasn't in the dating.
So between me, industries committed to that, doing time, right?
And rebuild once I got out to put in 10thry.
I only had like a year off before I met R&B.
Separating 2021, met R&B 2022.
On clubhouse.
touched her around for nine months
and then I baited
her in to come to the studio to see me
after nine months
and I showed her around the studio
and I said she wanted to see my office
had one of them nice big comfortable
couches and took her
straight down
the penitentiary chairs you could have blew the whistle on me
oh shit
why I could be
registering right now but she didn't tell
I wasn't going to tell.
I liked it.
So basically, y'all at the point of till death do us part.
Yeah, she'll do something to me.
That's what it is.
I do like how you talk about her.
You seem like you're very much in love, man.
Man, listen, it's a difference between loving,
love it through obligation
and really being in love
because that's what it is.
It's a difference.
And you don't know it until it hits you.
You can't, listen,
act, let me be real.
You cannot, you know,
everybody got this checklist.
You're going to know it
when it happens.
Straight up. You're going to know
when it happens. You can't force it.
You're going to know what happens.
How jealous are all those other
women on Clubhouse because I would imagine
they all want you on there.
I don't know.
I don't pay them no attention like that.
I don't know.
Oh, act.
They gave me hell, act.
I ain't going to.
For real?
They gave me hell.
When I tell you, I've been through it in them
clubhouse streets messing with him,
everybody was auditioning.
Yeah.
I mean, that was peacocking.
I've crashed out so many times
dealing with.
clubhouse, I can't even count.
I had to tame
this beast act. He was a piece of work
act. He was having his way
on Clubhouse. He was.
And I literally...
Last you were taking him down?
Oh, wow.
I deep on my way in. I was
like, you got me twisted.
Listen, I had to put that collar
around his neck and train this
piece, okay? I only know about
one person on Clubhouse, but I think
she was trying to...
I think Wack left her in a hotel
or something like that.
She tried to make Wack look crazy.
But, you know, we saw it.
Listen.
The women was in the cut act.
They were in the cut.
They was waiting.
Listen,
and he called him at 3 o'clock in the morning.
They was jumping up, taking them calls at.
Damn.
He's crazy.
Lash is off the market, man.
For everybody on Clubhouse, it's over, man.
Oh, you know, listen.
Act, I'm going to need.
We got to.
have Act come down and do the
Catch a Pass.
Oh, yeah.
He got to come to do Catch a Path.
We need to put together a show for Act.
I'll tell you.
Act is a catch.
This thing, Act is like
Act don't got no kids.
He's a successful
business bag.
The nigga got a big ass batch
that he walking around
here in the Echo.
He got all the whips.
He travels.
And he really needs
somebody that can plug into him
and assist him.
and keeping all this shit in order.
You know what I'm saying?
I feel like you're going to hook me up with an Aisha Curry, man.
No, no, not, no.
That wouldn't happen.
That definitely wouldn't happen at all.
Fuck, no, I wouldn't do you like that, bro.
That's crazy.
Hey, you gotta remember, I'll buy you our friendship.
I'll do you like that.
You might not talk to me after.
Yeah, Aisha Curry coming out and saying all that.
When I didn't even want a boyfriend,
when I met this nigga, I have friends on him.
them. You're like, oh, shit.
Why she was talking like that, though?
Yeah, she's talking
crazy. I don't get it.
And the crazy part about it, the kids
is going to hear, I mean,
they're going to be old enough to read that.
You should have got him a chocolate sister.
Yes, you see that?
Chocolate sister's the ones.
You know what it is?
I thought that, like, Steph solved
that problem, because I think you realize
that she needed an outlet. Sometimes,
you know, I've been there
he bought her two restaurants that sold.
He spent the money.
Everything she wanted to do,
he probably just didn't work for her.
Because she didn't have it.
That's what it was.
Yeah, but put it like this,
I know like a lot of women who,
well, you know, I've also realized
when a woman has idle time too much,
like, you know, I think she never had a purpose.
And I thought, I thought she got it with the cooking stuff.
There was like a cooking show, too.
Like what more does she work?
I don't know.
I've never tripped her character of personality, bro.
I don't know.
Does she have personality?
I don't know.
I just should be talking crazy.
I did see someone when she was on a show where she's seeing a dude that walked out.
And she said, hold on, let me put away my ring.
I'm like, huh?
What?
Yeah, that's crazy.
You see that?
She said, she said, oh, my God.
Y'all bringing, like, basically she's almost like commenting on the guy's look.
She said, hold on me put my ring away.
She was kind of joking.
joking, but it's like, nigga, your husband is Steph Curry.
Yeah, that's crazy.
You could tell when they're in the house, she probably hits him with the,
I don't go to fuck about all them threes you shoot, nigga, you ain't shit.
She probably be talking crazy.
Yeah, it's like she doesn't understand who she's with.
I don't know, bro.
Hey, you know, they're offering us a reality show for the book.
Ego exposed, bro.
For real?
Yeah, they all, yeah.
They offered us one today.
You know, they've been offered me in reality shows since Mona Scott and love and hip-hop, I would never do them.
But you know what?
Because R&B put the work in, bro.
If she wants to do it, then I'll definitely support it.
Because, you know, if I get on that screen, I'm a wild-out.
Wack, if you do this shit, it's going to ruin your relationship, man.
I never seen a reality show help shit, man.
Well, I think it would be about...
Yeah, but it's still
Because of the nature of reality shows
Y'all are going to have to showcase and exploit dramas
That normally I would deal with in a different way
And it's going to ruin the shit, bro
Like right now
Even if y'all do have a disagreement from time to time
Y'all seem very harmonious
Y'all always don't want a chord
We don't see one
Like one sane slick shit
Nobody's doing the Aisha Curry
This is good, this is healthy
You get in a reality show
With an R&B Bucky in the head with us kill it?
Oh, I didn't see that, brother.
No, I'm just playing.
I'm just playing.
You know, R&B's the legal gun on her.
She got like four and five firearms.
Oh, for real?
CCWs and shit.
Yeah, right of time she's going to the range of the ball.
She got a nice nine to 38.
She got a 380.
So what's you saying to say?
You're scared?
The dangerous 22.
Look.
Are you saying?
You're afraid of me?
Rougars and shit.
She got Sigs and shit, huh?
Are you saying you're afraid of me?
I'm petrified of my woman.
I like being scared of you.
I think he's trying to say love you.
That's what he means.
I love being scared of you, girl.
I'm scared.
Why, I got to be scared of something.
I'm scared of two things.
You and getting head bunning by academics with that big-ass head he got.
That nigger, I got brains.
That's why he's right.
smart. That could be fatal.
You're right.
Hey, but listen, bro, for real,
sometime this week, I need
30 minutes of your time
because we need to, bro,
shit's moving forward.
AI, I got
AI companies willing to work with us.
There's other platforms that
we need to cross over and do other
things. Hey, I do have an AI
idea. That's a fact.
Okay. I'll call you tomorrow.
I got an AI company willing to work with us.
I was down there day for four hours.
All right, let's make you happen.
All right, for sure.
One thing with Wack, he could tell when you about to get up the phone.
He hang up first.
Shout to Wack.
Shout to his wife, R&B.
It's great.
Chat, I ain't online.
I even think.
BMC. Biggs.
What up, what a other?
Thank you for all the donation, my boy.
He said both y'all cops.
He told him a Wack at R&B.
Damn, why you like R&B?
And he also said, I stay single.
Yo, chat, I am burnt.
I know I know I was wired, but shit, it came down a little bit.
It's 5 o'clock.
I love y'all.
I love y'all.
I do love y'all.
I can't believe we got 12,000 people watching at 5 a.m.
I don't know what I've done to deserve this.
I didn't.
I didn't do not to deserve this.
So I'm going to say, I love y'all.
And I am going to come back tomorrow, but rather than, you know, tell you to hold on to my word,
let me be on a show and prove.
I appreciate y'all.
Hopefully I did do a good job breaking down the OTF stuff.
I also try to give you some background of some other stuff that's been going on.
Again, you know, we live and learn.
We go through things together, but I definitely want to say the chat.
Thank you guys for all your supportiveness, kind words, bullying at times.
And thank you guys for being here and listening to me
and hoping that I could give you the entertainment you need and deserve.
So thank you guys.
I love you guys so much.
I'll be back tomorrow.
I'm done with the court stuff for now until I got to go do this other depot, whatever.
We'll figure it out.
Chat, I love y'all.
I will see y'all tomorrow.
Have a good night or good morning.
Wherever you're at, peace out.
