And now we're on all channels.
Welcome to the Big Axe stream, as I said.
A little birdie hit me.
A little birdie hit me and said,
Ack, we've seen your stream floating around.
Let's give you an update on what's happening.
Anyway, everybody welcome.
Hop up in here.
A lot of things to kind of discuss.
Now, first and foremost, our lead story is that Jay-Z has been named in a,
lawsuit, civil lawsuit, to be very fair.
It's a civil lawsuit, which I will also be very fair off top and say anybody could file.
But we do know we live in a climate now where I feel like people would be believing them, right?
You know, without any shredder, shrapnel of proof, but whatever.
So it's up to y'all.
I don't go fuck if you believe it or not.
I don't care.
You get what I'm saying?
But we're also seeing the, I'm going to tell you a lot of things that's been happening.
happening behind the scenes and whether y'all want to believe me or not
it's up to y'all okay first and foremost i want to thank kendrick lamar
when kentrick lamar and again this is this i'm telling you only facts right
kendrick lamar not that it didn't it didn't start before him it started with diddy
but kensik lamar has encouraged a new wave of me too for rap you know so everybody now
if they got on fairly fired from a label
They claim they used to be a stylist, but the niggil who was the rapper tried to fuck him at every video shoot.
Everybody is preparing a fuck ton of lawsuits.
And this is going to be called the Weird Case Era.
Okay.
So thank you, Kendrick Lamar.
Now, the thing about when I always say when you dig in graves, you got to dig too.
Nobody's exempt from it.
And not only nobody's exempt from it, there is nobody who is perfectly sitting on a side or a corner.
where they could say, yeah, y'all niggas is weird, but all my niggas is cool.
Thus, you know, I've gotten these lawsuits because most of them right now, honestly, are being negotiated.
There are, you know, some people would call it extortion.
I don't know if it is.
Hey, yo, listen, we're going to put your name in the media.
You're going to go viral.
You're going to have a weird case.
If you don't pay us.
Some people are paying.
a lot of people are paying
and some people have paid
but here's the thing
with paying the moment
you pay one
the lawyer goes find five other chicks that you
were I don't know throwing some wild parties
in the 90s with
go find other five chicks at a party and they say
well you paid her
nigga you fuck me too
what's up I need my check to
so after a while you gotta cut it off
you got to cut off the gravy chain
so essentially what I'm saying
is that definitely hip hop is in a Me Too era.
So this is the second wave.
The first wave was 2017.
Or we call the word case era.
We'll call it as Kendrick like to call it.
This is a weird case era.
Except I'm not going to lie.
They're hitting a lot of these guys continually.
Like we see Ditties on his 26th, their 27th lawsuit.
Now, of course, he settled one with Cassie.
He's not going to sell the rest.
Reputations already burn up.
in flames and he's also incarcerated.
Now, to me, again, I want to be very fair and factual, most of these cases we're talking
about.
They have no, they have no grounds for any criminal proceeding, right?
And in actually some of these cases, the police have even looked into it and said,
they ain't shit there.
But it doesn't stop the headline from running to have people feel whatever type of way.
Now, I've heard about a few that have been settled by numerous.
people. And this is why anytime
somebody starts talking shit to me,
I just drop a little bit of nugget because I know
a little bit more. Have we heard
from, have we heard from ATL Jacobs
since he's got on line with me?
Have we?
Chad, let me tell you this. I'm the keeper of
many secrets. They're all
buried in my hard drive.
You know everybody when they want to check?
Before they, you know, they can't get it from
the cops of them. So before they go get a lawyer,
usually float it on to me. This is what happened.
And before their lawsuit, because they all want to go viral, they all send it to me.
I'm like, interesting.
I got no, I really don't give a fuck about publishing that because honestly, again, the reality of it is, it just does way more harm than it does any type of good.
Go sell it in court.
Go figure it out in court.
But I've received lawsuits on your favorite rapper, whoever that is.
And I usually just chill with it.
And I'm like, let's see how this turns out.
Anyway, it appears Jay-Z has been named in this new lawsuit.
I'm going to say allegedly for the next couple of statements I'm making because I want to be factually correct.
First of all, foremost, I want to shout out to Jay-Z's lawyers.
Alex Spiro and a team that represent whether there's Rock Nation or Jay-Z's personal interests.
I'm going to be very careful how I speak today because I do know Y'all tactics as well.
Y'all tactics, which, by the way, y'all did with Milagro is when people don't speak that favorable or attack, or you call it
I can clients or speak in certain light about whatever lawsuits come.
And it's going to be kind of ironic because y'all are now claiming someone's doing that to y'all,
even though y'all suits somebody.
It's all good.
We'll get to it.
So everything I'm going to say, I want to be within the area of not saying anything that I could be even legally liable, even remotely.
Okay.
All right.
from from my sources i've heard and that's why i said during this rhapsody shit so if you don't know
rap city came out and she's like this is not even about her right but she dropped a freestyle and
she was whatever whatever she says yo act you have a case right and at google she she she's at rock
nation and i really just think i'm just be unequivocally just blunt and clear
if you're on Rock Nation, if you've worked with Diddy,
if you party with Diddy, if you party with any of these niggins,
you should be shutting the fuck up.
I don't care if you were their friend or not,
if you do business with them,
if your check is signed by one of these guys.
We don't, this is why I thank Kendrick,
because I want to see who are the hypocrites.
Because if you don't call one person,
you got to call them all out, right?
If you're believing all these lawsuits.
So from what I've heard, you know, there's been a few been trying to get at Jay.
And, you know, shout to the NDAs.
Shout to their resolve.
And by the way, we got a statement.
Before I could even go live, I'm sending to live stream.
Like, I got a heads up on when the lawsuits drop in.
I said, oh, or not dropping, but it was going to be updated in the system for PACER.
Okay.
Before I could schedule the live, Rock Nation guys.
a whole fucking response.
I've never seen something that quick.
I like it.
Anyway.
So this is word on the street.
So take this as just allegations.
They've been trying to get hove.
This mystical figure that people keep hearing about,
Jay-Z is the guy.
Okay?
Now, it's nothing that is recent.
We all know he's married to Beyonce.
He has beautiful kids.
Like, that's all no.
A lot of these things are like behavior from the past.
This is the, you know, big pimping arrow, all that type of stuff.
And also, I think women, again, I don't know if anything is true or false,
but people are realizing, hey, some of the activities back then could be misconstrued
or could be seen in a different light now, especially if I have an allegation.
And also look at the Cassie thing.
So I've heard that there's been a lot of conversations
with Rock Nation, or let's just say Jay-Z,
about women or people who allegedly have allegations.
Now, it teeters and borders on the line of extortion,
and I think now we could kind of unravel the knot.
Like, again, we're going to still say this.
I got to say this, because I know Ali Spear is watching it's like,
I'm fin of su whack.
Relax, buddy.
Okay.
I think you're a cool guy.
Don't, don't, don't hate me.
I'm just here.
Okay.
I think we now could, like, put two and two together and kind of figure out that.
Remember the lawyer, Tony Busby?
Remember him saying, yo, there is someone who's suing him for extortion, but the person was suing as a Jane Doe.
We could now put two and two together to realize that person.
that person, we knew the law firm was a law firm with Alex Spiro as a partner, managing partner.
Now we get to realize we get one of the first big celebrities named, right?
And it's Jay-Z.
So we could probably think that Jay-Z sue in this guy, okay?
Jay-Z or Alex Spiro on behalf of Jay-Z has been pretty active recently.
again, Alex Spiro, under the direction of Meg the Stalien, has filed a lawsuit against Milagro.
Alex Spiro represents Rock Nation or Jay-Z's interest, and now they're suing a lawyer who has
levyed from my count, I think, over 17, no, no, 17 or 16 lawsuits against Diddy.
In the majority of the lawsuits, they claim there were other people of interest, high-profile people,
that either watched, participated, or ignored.
Whatever you want to go with, that's what you want to go with.
Now, I'm going to also, this is where my pain comes in.
I've read a bunch of these lawsuits, they sound like bullshit.
I'm going to be honest with you.
Like, out of the seven, and I've read every single one on stream.
Out of the 17, like, I'm going to be honest with you.
Maybe like four, you could be like, maybe there's something that the others just sound
ridiculous, something out of like a movie, right?
And again, I'm not trying to shit on nobody's claims, but,
Come on, bro.
You know, some of this shit just sounds like, yo.
It just sounds like, he's like, yeah, I was at making a band.
And Did he says, how bad do you want to be a star?
And I said really badly.
He said, well, come with me in this room, playboy.
Then he whipped his dick out and told me I got to suck it.
Like, come on, bro.
Like, come on, like, come on.
Like, that's just so cliche.
But whatever, maybe it could be true.
I don't know.
Right.
Now, we got the lawsuit here.
And we're going to, we're going to recap.
it, we're going to go through it.
But I also do want to say this.
And I like to put this out there because when we see a lot of things,
it's very important for you out to understand how media works.
What Jay-Z has done that Sean Carter's,
Jay-Z is Sean Carter, sorry.
What Jay-Z is done that Diddy didn't do,
let me tell you the really big difference I've noticed between both guys,
is that Jay-Z has put so many people in positions of power
and helped so many entities
and also made sure his interests are represented
even throughout media
that there are levels of cushioning
for any type of, let's say, bad press
or stories that would make him look in a bad light.
Diddy was just drinking something?
Rockin trying to butt fuck niggins allegedly i don't know right but but did he was just on some
bullshit like come to the party playboy let's just do some free cause he was just wild it j z is smart
and by the way this is the first time everybody has wondered we feel like we keep hearing about
these this mystical person is it jay we never heard till today you know why put it like this
half of the media personalities in the game right now they're not touching this with a 20-foot
poll. Remember they were all hesitant to touch the ditty stuff at first, pause. But then eventually
they did it. They're not touching this one at all. Okay. That's that's going to show and go to the
power of not only Jay Z, but Rock Nation. Their influence within the industry, um, as it relates to
being able to make and break rappers career, help radio personalities or media personalities get to
where they want to go, basically open and shut doors for people.
And also, when you even go back, you're going to start to realize a lot of things kind of
connect.
Like, you know, this is a personal opinion of mine.
When it came to the Tory Lane situation, I'm not saying Tori did not do anything wrong.
So I'm not here to absolve Tory Lane's.
But I do believe at a point because of how the case was going, I felt Rock Nation stepped in and
said, we're sending this nigga to jail.
This is my personal opinion.
Rock Nation, as I'm saying,
is a very powerful entity.
Jay-Z is a very powerful person.
As we've discussed
with many cases, none of this shit
is like random.
Maine America Festival stopped doing like
two years ago.
No more brunches.
When you see people doing that,
that's like the equivalent of Dirk hearing that
there's a snitch and him saying,
I'm Muslim now.
I'm not BD.
You get what I'm saying?
Like, they know what's going to happen.
So again, we're dealing with some powerful people.
And again, I am not here to say, I believe, these allegations.
But I just like to shine the light on the people in the media who are going to be quiet.
The sheep-like fans who only believe that the people that they don't like are the bad guys.
Because that's going to be the question, right?
Like, Diddy was easy to be villainized.
Jay-Z's a little bit more up there.
His cultural equity is,
you can't quantify it.
The way he's played the game versus Diddy's,
Did he's playing bingo and tic-tac-toe.
And maybe like, what's that shit?
They're like, freak off twister.
Jay-Z's playing top-tier chess.
Always has, always been.
It's a different level.
So we're going to see what ends up coming out of this.
right but also this is going to be a gut check time for hip hop in general right because this idea of so-and-so has a weird case so-and-so has a weird case
well you're going to realize everybody has every rapper that's a millionaire or billionaire in an industry
and again i'm not saying none of this true they're going to get some type of accusation of some sort
they're all fighting 55 lawsuits for different things.
Tripped, I fell.
The security beat me up.
You elbowed me.
I fell.
Like, all type of shit.
So it's up to y'all, but, you know, we'll go over it.
And here we are.
So today there was an amended, there was an amended complaint put in.
This lawsuit was originally filed back in October 21st, 2024.
It was filed along four of the lawsuits that day.
And it was filed in the Southern District of New York.
Okay.
Now, before, it listed a bunch of individual doves, okay?
Because since that person, Jane Do, they called the unnamed people that they're still in individuals.
Now they have named Jay-Z and added on a few more companies of, of,
Sean Dedy Combs
Which, by the way, I don't,
I'm not going to bore you by showing everything.
They also,
they have also petition for
Jay Z to be served, and I'm pretty sure
now this thing is public.
His lawyers are going to just take the service
of this lawsuit and deal with it.
Now, I want to,
before I get into it again,
and by the way, this is his name here.
So they just tacked on his name.
Before I get
to this. The reason why this whole thing with Jay-Z is a big deal is because Jay-Z is the closest
as we could get in the black world to the Illuminati. And when I would say Illuminati, I'm saying
facetiously and using that as like a, it's like, this is like an analogy, like to whatever you
think that higher power is, that like super untouchable, like level, Jay-Z is the closest
to it as we could get. You get what I'm saying? For example, who would be in that,
that that manner too.
Lucian Grange.
If we're talking about music,
Lucian Grange, right?
This is why people think,
yo, drink,
you must be out of your damn mind soon,
UMJ.
Like, that's Daddy Lucian.
Oh, y'all call him Daddy.
He's the head of the head.
Pause.
But Jimmy Iveen.
Jimmy Ivan was accused and sued
of some of the same things.
It's been damn near scrub from the internet.
You can't even find it.
The case got wiped away.
you're never going to hear nothing more about it.
Dealt with it really quickly and swiftly.
But that's what when you get to that level does.
Now, when you at the Diddy level,
yeah, I'm rich as fuck, but I'm arrogant.
And I think just having cash is the power.
You know, Jay is moving among a lot of different people
that his power is just way more, right?
So that's what I'm saying.
We have Diddy here.
I put Jay right here.
Like he's really of the untouchable elk
I like how we see
Aleutian
You know by the way
There was um
Lucian Grange
Was named in one of
Didy's lawsuit not as a
Not as a perpetrator
But he was named as a party
Not only him being the UMG's
leader
But there was an allegation that he attended
One of the parties
that later on the freakoff got happened at.
And so they were accusing UMG a sponsor in the party
and they said the head of UMG Lucian Grange went there.
Universal lawyers don't fuck around so much
and that's what I'm saying.
That's the, if there would be Illuminati, that's what it would be.
The fucking lawyer who filed it had to apologize for filing
for include Lucian Grange's name in there.
Remove his name completely and actually retract everything they said about it.
Okay?
never seen that shit before that's what i'm talking about in terms of power and i do think jay is
near that i don't think he's exactly there but the closest is a black man going to get to if you
ask me anyway uh let's get into the lawsuit so this is a lawsuit that deals with a 13 year old
being drugged at an after party we've read this before uh they put a few more details and they
name more names but i'll read it in full that you guys could hopefully get the gist so
says I defended Sean Combs, P. Diddy, P. Diddy, P. Diddy, aka Love, alongside his longtime friend and collaborator, Sean, Sean Carter, aka Jay-Z, drugged and raped, a 13-year-old girl at an afterparty following the 2000 video music awards.
Another celebrity stood by and watched as Combs and Carter took turns assaulting the minor. Now, this is interesting.
When I first heard about this lawsuit before I pulled it back up,
I actually thought that they were going to name Jay-Z as the person who watched.
I didn't know that they're naming Jay-Z as the person who actually did the sexual act.
Now, why is that important?
Because the mere fact that they're saying another celebrity stood by and watched,
that person is a witness, right?
So who is that person?
that that person through discovery, whatever, has to get named,
and it's going to be interesting where that person lies.
Does that person say, yeah, I watch Diddy and Jay-Z fuck this girl?
Now, what's irrefutable is this.
If that person says, yes, I watch Diddy fuck this girl,
we're going to hear later, the girl alleged she was,
and by the way, she's grown now, clearly,
because this is in, was it, 2000?
so she's that's 24 years plus 13 that's she's 37 she's 37 right now
the woman now alleges that she was intoxicated or she was drugged or something now that
doesn't matter if someone says uh like say say the other celebrity says uh
nah i see you suck both of them off you were not drunk
or you were not you were sober the problem here is the girl is 13 it doesn't matter she's drunk
in any type of state of mind that's a child right so if if they had sex with this 13 year old at all
that's a huge problem right whether and by the way most of these lawsuits we've read all of them
they have a pattern of saying hey you know we show up to the event we get a cup we take a sip
we usually know it takes like three,
three drinks for us to start feeling away,
but all of a sudden we start feeling dizzy, woozy,
and we wake up in our pussy hurt, right?
Or a butthole if you're talking about the dude, right?
But it don't really matter about the drugging
if that's what they're going to allege, which they do.
If this person is 13 and has sex with Jay-Z or Diddy,
that's a crime, right?
Now, I know some of y'all, you know, defenders or, you know, other people who might be like, well, imagine if she lied about her age.
That could be a thing, too.
That could be a thing.
Like, maybe she told somebody like, hey, no, I'm 17 or, well, that would be weird, fucking weird too.
I'm 18.
Yo, I'm 18.
How old were these guys in, let's see?
How old was Diddy in 2000?
if Diddy is 55 now in 2000
Come on in the year 2000
And okay so we just got a minus 24 years
Right
So 24 years he would have been 31 right
31 because he's 55 now
He would have been 31
Okay
How old was Jay Z in
2000?
Apparently
Are they born the same year?
Oh, they're born the same year.
Okay.
So they're both 31 at the time, right?
Now, this is also the very interesting thing.
And again, I'm not sitting here.
I want people to know.
This is, I don't have nothing against Jay-Z.
I think you don't have none against me.
And I'm not also making up excuses.
I'm just trying to talk out scenarios.
These things could be all the way true or all the way false.
We don't know.
That's why we're trying to think out.
loud. Could this be a 6-9 situation? Now hold on. I know what you're saying. What the fuck
you're talking about? Hold on. Now 6-9 who caught a charge of sexual misconduct or sexual
conduct with a child or a minor or whatever. His story is this. Yo, we were inviting
chicks over for like a music video and some other shit for TikToks or no, it wasn't TikTok.
That was Vine back then or something. This girl comes over.
She was, I think the girl was like 15 or something,
but she supposedly told him that she was of age.
So she tells him like, yo, I'm 18, right?
So she tells him she's of age.
Now, granted, I know what y'all saying.
Brough, like even this one is worse, right?
Like, if you're 31 and you can't tell the chick is 13,
you're bug to fuck out, right?
I don't know how chicks was looking in the, in the motherfucking 2000,
but come on, ain't no goddamn way.
You 31 and you can't tell.
this chick is not even 15, right?
But if you listen to the 6-9 story,
this, that's what he claims.
He's like, yeah, we didn't know.
We didn't know that the woman was underage
because she lied about her age, right?
Now, I don't think it matters that much,
but for some people in narrative sense,
because, you know, when you see these things,
you're trying to think of these people,
were these guys really just attracted?
Because this sounds wild.
Like, if you're attracted to a 13-year-old,
That would be the definition as Kendrick.
I think even Kendrick would define that as a certified pedophile, right?
You don't mean the definition of being a pedophile is not just under 18.
It's actually the attraction to prepubescent teens.
You get what I'm saying?
Right?
I think I got my definition, right?
Definition of pedophile.
Well, the simple one is the person who's attracted to children.
when you get into a psychological way of how they look at it,
they said that they actually call pedophilia a disorder,
which I'm like, what, okay,
in which an adult experiences primary or exclusive sexual attraction
to prepubescent children,
although girls typically begin the process of puberty at age 10, 11,
and boys at 11 and 12.
um psychiatric diagnostic criteria for pedophilia extends the cutoff point for prepubescence to age 13 now
it's weird for me even google these things trust me but i'm just trying to just talk through this stuff
with you so technically that would actually be a pedophile you get what i'm saying say if so if there's a
grown man who loves a 13 year old that would be the certified like what i mean certified certified by the
damn let's let's let's what it says certified by this is it would be um let's just click on it
yeah this is certified by the american psychiatric association so that's what kentz
was talking about certified pedophiles that's certified okay so liking a woman 13 or under
now even though i think we all agree if you like a minor and you're grown-ass man that's
We almost call that pedophile too.
Yeah, we do.
Right.
That's weird.
That's a super weird.
Cool.
But the actual definition,
just to be very factual,
is 13 or under.
And by the way,
I keep having to say,
because I know,
we live in clip culture,
so I can't just say it
and just stop.
Yes, if you're fucking a 14, 15, 16,
17 up until legal,
you're weird,
especially you're 30, right?
Um,
all right.
So the woman is 13, allegedly.
Now, this is another thing.
You know, this is this guy, Tony Busby's job,
and it's his due diligence that he has to take to file a lawsuit.
They have to make sure the woman was actually 13,
because they're alleging it here.
They have to make sure she had some proof of even being at this event
or being around this event.
And by the way, the event is the 2000 video.
music award we've watched pieces of this and I guess maybe we could corroborate some of the story
did jZ go to the 2000 um vMA video music awards did he go there let's see we got the the here we go
so all of these are from this is from the this is from the 2000 vmAs okay we see dr dr dr.
Let's see.
Okay.
Look like he got a nomination.
Look, let's see.
Here we go.
DMX.
What I'm a dude?
Okay, what category is this?
Oh, this is the nomination for Best Rap Video.
And again, this is the MTV Video Musical Awards in 2000.
Best Rap video.
DMX, party up.
Best and peace, X.
Okay, Eminem, Dr. Dre.
Eve Love is blind.
We don't want to get struck.
Jay-Z actually, again, this is the Big Pimpin era.
Jay-Z actually gets nominated for Big Pimpin.
Okay.
Which, by the way, this is why a lot of these lawsuits, you know,
if you're a fan of hip-hop, which obviously I am,
you know, you understand different errors are different,
but like we're now in the, as Kendrick is going to call it, the weird case era.
So like everything looks horrible.
Like, for example, if you pull up big pimping lyrics, like, you know how people will just judge you off of one action and just claim you're guilty for something else?
Well, if we go by what, this is why I'm streaming on Twitter because this is how Twitter thinks, right?
Fuck what was being alleged and let's look at that.
They'll be like, wait, so you're telling me back in 2000, JZ rap, you know I thug him, fuck him, love him, leave him, because I don't fucking need him.
them take him out the hood keep them looking good but like they'll read this they'll read all of
this and be like oh this thing is guilty now obviously i'm not doing that because i think that's wrong
but that's how and this is why i'm streaming on twitter because you got to hold the mirror up in
twitter like these twitter motherfuckers this is all they do like they're all soapbox warriors um
that forgot where rap was coming from i see everybody's championing kendrick with this new um
weird case error shit when half of these niggins slapped day ho
half of these niggas cheat on their wife
half of these niggas
you know
have ran trains on groupies
like
you know I don't
I don't want to do no handball birds here

So, um, he was nominated.
I'm trying to see if I could see a video of him being there.
Okay.
Is there any video of Jay-Z there?
Little Kim was producing some shit.
How did you see?
Yeah, right.
Okay.
Let me just Jay-Z.
A Leo won.
Ooh.
Alia and Beyonce.
Look at this.
One, three, two.
What's up what's up?
Oh, Jayze was having a time of his life.
Holy!
Jigga!
It's your boy, how?
I think was having a time of his life.
Oh, God, resided, O'Lia, man.
What are you looking forward to seeing?
Okay, okay, okay, okay.
All right.
I can't find a video of J.B., in there.
So, you know, we like to fact-check things as we were reading it, but, um,
If y'all have a video of J.B. in there, you can let me know, but let's just keep it going.
Okay, so apparently this was a after-party following this music video award show in 2000.
So they're saying another celebrity stood by and watched as Combs and Carter took turns assault in a minor.
Many others were present at the after party, but did nothing to stop the assault.
Combs has been allowed for years to conduct himself in this manner without any consequences.
He believes he's above the law.
He is not. His close friend, Sean Carter, has been with Combs during many such instances described herein.
Both perpetrators must face justice.
For decades, defending Combs abused molested, raped, assaulted, threatened, and coerced women, minors, and others for sexual gratification.
to assert dominance and conceal his abhorrent conduct.
He accomplished these acts by and through a criminal enterprise built on his success as a rapper, record producer, and record executive.
Combs is one of the wealthiest musical artists of the world behind the facade of a three-time Grammy Award winner and discovering and developing multiple famous music acts and ranking on Forbes' list of highest paid entertainers in the world.
There existed something sinister.
a dark
a dark
underbelly of crime
sex trafficking forced labor
kidnapping bribery and prostitution
Combs is a menace
to society
women and children
while his wealth has kept him above the consequences
for years Combs now faces the awesome
power of the American judicial
system and ultimately a jury
of his own peers who will be asked to
punish him for his deplorable
conduct described herein.
Now, a lot of this is about Diddy.
I know y'all want to get this shit about
a strong quarter, right?
Okay, so.
Combs, all right, so this is about Diddy.
Members of Associated of Combs' business
engaged in or attempted to, okay, sex trafficking,
they're kind of, whatever.
Then they're talking about his pervasive history
of sexual assault and violence, okay, okay?
This might be important to y'all.
Let's read this.
So for years, Combs and his businesses engaged in a persistent and pervasive pattern of abuse toward women, men, and minors.
The abuse was at times verbal, emotional, physical, and sexual.
As part of his pattern of abuse, Combs manipulated both men and women to participate in a highly orchestrated performances,
wait, to participate in highly orchestrated performances of sexual activity with both commercial sex workers and unsuspecting party goers.
Combs ensured participation from these individuals by among other things, obtained and distributed narcotics to them with or without their knowledge, controlling their careers, leveraging his financial support, or threatened to cut off the same, and using intimidation, violence, and illicit drugs.
Combs particularly fancied the use of the popular date rape drug, Rufanol, or GHB, to commit the heinous, non-consensual acts of violence.
and rape onto countless victims.
He would often secretly use a drug in a alcohol beverage, served at his parties.
Party growers were forced to consume the alcohol beverage containing GHB,
either prior to or entering while at Combs' party,
there's also an allegation of Combs dowsing victims in lotion,
similar to body oils.
Damn, laced with GHB.
so that the drug could be absorbed through the victim's skin
and make it easier for him to assault him or her.
Further, it's well known that combs at a practice of lace and water bottles.
Oh my God, the water with other substances such as Xanax
and distribute him at his parties.
His recurrent and pervasive physical abuse took place for multiple decades,
his tendencies of violence and sexual assault
were well known amongst his colleagues, his employees, agents, and businesses.
On numerous occasions from at least around 1996 and continued for years,
Combs assaulted women and men by striking, punching, dragon, throwing objects at them, kicking.
They also assaulted children, both physically and sexually.
1996, he was found guilty of, okay, we don't have to go down his pass.
And they talked about the other lawsuits he got.
Okay, cool.
and then let's get to
Okay, now let's get to
Sean Carter.
Defendant Carter,
aka JZ,
is like Diddy.
A wildly successful rapper and businessman
Carter and Combs have a long history
together.
Carter met
and began collaborating musically
with Combs in the 90s.
Combs and Carter rose
together
to the very top of the hip-hop
industry in terms of fame and influence by the end of that decade. Combs and Carter were simply
occasion, were not only simply occasional collaborators in the music industry. The two men
developed a close friendship that has been well documented from the late 90s to the present.
Together they attended countless music industry events, events for each other's businesses,
adventures, parties and after parties. Indeed, the two are apparently so close
that Combs stated in 2023 that Jay-Z is the only person other than Diddy's own mother,
who's allowed to call him by his legal first name of Sean.
In 2000, near the height of their fame, power and influence, Combs and Carter attempted the 2000
Video Music Award in New York City.
Afterwards, Combs holds a afterparty for many of the most famous celebrities in music
and entertainment industries
including Carter, KJZ,
which is where the events
alleging this complained
occurred.
So here are the allegations.
Plaintiff is going to
be unnamed. Okay, they're going to
go by Jane Doe
and they reside in Alabama
currently. Defendant Sean Combs is a male
who on information
belief resides in New York City
through incarceration in the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn
on information and belief that all relevant times,
Combs owned and our controlled bad boy,
entertainment holdings and all these companies.
Cool.
The facts of Combs' ownership and titles of Combs' corporations enabled
and conspired with him to commit the unlawful sexual violence
against the plaintiff described herein.
Defendant did he...
Okay, so there's talking about the parties here.
We want to get to more of the interest and stuff
it's going to be about Sean Carter.
This is about Diddy, about Diddy, oh, Diddy, oh, diddy,
how diddy, how diddy, now defendants, the, da, da,
okay, so it's organizational dose and individual dose,
and then now we're back at Sean Carter.
Defendant Sean Carter is a male,
who on information and belief maintains his residence in both New York and Los Angeles,
he's more commonly known by the industry named Jay-Z.
Carter was identified in the plaintiff's original complaint as Celebrity A.
Prior to the filing of this amended complaint, Carter has received a letter from the plaintiff's
counsel requesting a mediation to resolve the matter, aka Jay-Z pay the fuck up or we're going to put you name in,
okay?
Upon present information and belief, Jay-Z responded to said letter by not only filing
an utterly frivolous lawsuit.
So now we can confirm what I said before.
Jay-Z is the person who initiated that lawsuit of extortion against Tony Busby.
It's clear now.
So not only found a utterly frivolous lawsuit,
but also orchestrating a conspiracy of harassment,
bullying,
and intimidation against plaintiff's lawyers,
their families, employees,
and former associates in an attempt to silence plaintiff from Nam and Jay-Z herein.
This effort was meant to scare the plaintiff and discredit her counsel.
The effort failed.
Indeed, the plaintiff chose the father's amended, complained as a result of the egregious conduct perpetuated by Carter.
Each of Combs' Corporation, aided and embedded combs and committed in the unlawful sexual violence against the plaintiff,
are alter egos of combs, completely dominated by him and used by him for his personal interests,
to engage in wrongdoing which later harmed plaintiff and others
and or serve or have served as vehicles for combs to move and dispose
or insulate his assets,
including in connection with his criminal activities
and to avoid compensating victims of as many crimes, including plaintiff.
Okay.
Then they basically say they're going for over 75,000.
They don't have to list how much they're going to sue for.
they're leaving that up to the judge
or they could later
put in a request
all right and they want a jury case
we get that so here's a factual allegations
and around September 7th 2000
a plaintiff who was then 13 had a friend drive
and drop her off near radio city music hall
now is anyone here of age
and obviously of age but like does anybody
remember like being into music back in 2000
or back when VMAs used to be popping
I feel like these days, the E.T. Awards happen and nobody really talks about it.
Back then, the MTV Music Awards were the biggest thing possible.
Now, I personally think it's weird if a kid is showing up, but they used to, it felt like some of these awards shows,
they had like little kid fans of these artists there.
Like, oh, my God, Beyonce, oh, my God.
I felt like that was a thing.
But I would still imagine that your parents is bringing you.
I don't think you're just showing up by yourself.
So that's a little sketchy to me, but it is what it is.
So this 13-year-old shows up, and her friend dropped her off near Radio City Music Hall
and that she could try to attend the VMAs.
Now, also interesting, she doesn't have a ticket.
Attending the VMAs was on the plaintiff's bucket list.
Well, that's also a little bit odd because you're 13.
You don't have a bucket list.
Your life is just beginning.
Whatever, though.
and she believed she could gain entry.
The plaintiff arrived at the venue and saw a large crowd's gathering
as artists and entertainers began arriving.
Plaintiff was very excited.
As the event began, once of the crowd moved inside with a plaintiff without a ticket,
as I said, remained outside with others and watched the VMAs on a jumbo-tron.
So that's what I'm asking if that's weird.
Does that sound odd that maybe a young child or, you know,
I'm guessing maybe there was a much parental supervision?
But did people show up to these awards shows in this?
It's kind of like, I just want to see a celebrity.
These days, I feel like people are numb to celebrities to a certain extent because of social media.
Like, if you like Usher, you could just DM him.
If you like Chris Brown, Drake, you could DM them.
Back then, the only way to see these people was probably to show up to some of these things.
So I don't know if maybe it's just my mind now saying, that's kind of odd.
Or maybe that was what people did then.
the y'all thing let me pull up the chat here for care academics how ya doing over there
damn we got a packed house up in this bitch 20,000 watching on king academics
name like we got like a quarter million views on X interesting okay so it says that
as the event began much the crowd went in the plaintiff without a ticket remained outside
watching on Jumbotron.
Determined to get into the VMAs or an after party,
she approached several limousines parked outside
and attempted to talk her way into either.
One of the limousine drivers she spoke with claimed to work for Diddy.
The driver told her that Diddy liked young girls.
Holy shit.
And she fit what Diddy was looking for.
That driver needed to be sued to.
If you over here recruiting for Diddy,
It sounds like you're recruiting 13-year-olds for Diddy, you're guilty, too, right?
This is why when some of the security guards be talking for Diddy, I'd be like,
yeah, I really want me to believe, Yonnie?
Yon niggis was always off-shift when he was doing the fuck shit.
Um, and while, okay, fit what Diddy was looking for.
And while not allowing her into the awards, the driver invited her to an after-party.
The driver stated that she had to drive Combs and others to an after-party first,
but instructed the plaintiff to return to his location after the event
and that he would pick her up and take her to the after-party.
So essentially, she's not going to the war show,
but she could possibly see some of these celebrities at an after-party.
Later that, even then the plaintiff excitedly returned to the same location
and waited for what seemed to be a long time.
The driver eventually returned and drove her to what was described as an after-party.
After approximately 20 minutes, the plaintiff arrived at what she believed to be at a large white residence with a gated U-shaped driveway.
Once inside, two men asked the plaintiff to sign a document, which the plaintiff did not read, but which she now believes might have been a non-disclosure agreement.
She was told that she could not discuss what happened at the party.
She gave the men her name and then signed the form but did not receive a copy.
Inside the building, the plaintiff recognized many celebrities that she entered what appeared to be a large living room or foyer containing a large crowd.
The plaintiff attempted to mingle in the crowd and talked to several of the celebrities that she recognized and whom she wanted to see at the VMAs.
Weight staff circulated through the room carrying trays of drinks and loud music played throughout the event.
The plaintiff observed a widespread drug use, including marijuana and cocaine.
If you're 13, would you know what cocaine look like?
I don't know.
Maybe I'm thinking 13 too innocent.
I know 13-year-old now, they fucking, they're doing all, whatever.
But like 13 is kind of normally like innocent, right?
How the hell?
The hell you know all this shit.
And by the way, she's showing up to these things by herself.
Okay, whatever.
After attempting to talk to numerous celebrities,
the plaintiff accepted a drink from one of the waitresses circulating the crowd.
The drink was reddish.
yellow mixture,
was a reddish yellow mixture, that tasted
like orange juice,
cranberry, and something bitter.
After drinking just a portion of that drink,
plaintiffs started to
feel woozy, lightheaded,
making her feel the need to lie
down. A photograph
of a actual
exemplary container used by
combs and or as agents
and employees to insert GHP
into alcoholic drinks is seen
below.
Is this a syringe?
Kind of looks like it, right?
Looking for a place to rest,
the plaintiff walked down
what appeared to be a hallway,
containing several rooms off of it.
She entered what appeared to be an empty bed room
so that she could lie down for a moment.
She did not lock the door.
The room contained only a large bed
with no furniture of any kind,
television or any other furnishings.
Soon after, Combs entered the room,
along with Jay-Z.
and a female celebrity.
I don't know if I remember hearing
it was a female celebrity.
You know what this means, chat.
Tony Busby, whoever celebrity be
is hitting up that other celebrity and said,
hey, I just named, I just named Diddy.
No, I just name Jay-Z.
You're going to pay up or we got to name you too.
You got to realize, again, let's kind of reset for a second.
These are civil suit, right?
So there's no justice in terms of people going to jail.
Obviously, Diddy is having his own.
situations, but he's still not even charged in like criminally for this, right?
So there's no like justice technically.
Like it's these civil suits are give me some money that I could feel better.
That's what this is.
Even if it's true, give me some money that I could feel better.
So I know some of y'all are going to be like, well, this kind of sounds bullshit or it
sounds extortionary because they're, they're rolling out the lawsuit like an album release.
Yo, Celebrity A.
We're like, who's Celebrity A?
But all the while they're asking Jay Z to pay them.
Jay Z says no, they name them, right?
Then they now name Celebrity B.
And I'm pretty sure they're going to say, yo, you need to pay us this or we're naming you.
Now, you might say that sounds extortionary, but the whole nature of the lawsuit is not to get jail time for anybody.
It's to get money.
So this is why, like, the claim of extortion, the very nature of these lawsuits is extortion.
Do you get what I'm saying?
If you're saying, yo, pay me half a million dollars because I think you butt fucked me.
That's almost like the very basic, like, you know, transcript for extortion.
So civil suits, in essence, if you use them maliciously, could be just extortion already.
But what Jay was filing against Tony Busby is him saying, yo, you're asking for money.
that your client doesn't name us in the lawsuit.
And I think this is what Tony Buzzbee's whole, you know,
take of this thing is going to be, well, you were never going to go to jail.
We were asking you for money regardless.
Like, yeah, this is not extort.
We're not asking you money for not being included,
because even if you are included, we're still asking for money.
We want money.
That's the whole point.
We want your money.
And here's the thing, too.
Jay Z's a very, very big fish.
I have to imagine.
Let's think about this chat.
They have heard about alleged other people who are trying to do the same to Jay-Z.
So this isn't a one-off.
Jay-Z's been around, right?
Tony Busby knows what that's worth.
How would he know?
Look at Diddy.
Allegedly when Diddy had settled, he's settled between $10 to $50 million.
Who has the pockets that's even larger than Diddy?
Jay.
And he's never been named till now.
Sorry.
So you know what?
So you know what they probably went to him to say?
Bro, check this out.
Look what happened to Diddy.
Don't make the wrong choice, brother.
Don't make the wrong choice.
Did he made the wrong choice?
He went to jail.
How about we just said, give us 15, 20 mil.
It'll never come out.
Right?
I have to imagine that's what it was.
Now, that's what Jay-Z is called extortion.
And I think extortion has a broader definition
because I guess it could be.
But I think people generally,
like if you think about Kevin Hart
or what Kevin Hart alleged in his situation,
that was like more textbook extortion.
Pay me this money or I'm releasing a video.
Of you fucking.
So if you don't pay the money,
the video comes out, right?
but here it's like well we're suing you we don't care how we get the money whether we get it from a settlement
which saves us legal time legal resources and we can bust down that bread immediately right and i would
imagine they're doing a pro bono and i've talked to a bunch of a attorney who wasn't not pro bono
there's another term for when like these these guys do litigation on behalf of a plaintiff
but there's an there's an inherent agreement and from what i hear from what i hear
is that at base, it's 33%.
So if they get $20 million, that's $6 or $7 million that the law firm would get.
You get what I'm saying?
So they're going to bust down what they, they only take the cases versus big clients that they don't have deep pockets.
But whatever they get, they would take 33%.
Now, granted, here's the thing.
Busby is a high-powered civil litigator.
He might say, we got to do this 50-50.
So if I get 20, I'll get you 20.
We keep 20.
No, no.
If I get 20, I give you 10, we keep 10.
I don't know.
I don't know the nature of their business, but it is very interesting.
And I'm only mentioning that because anytime you see someone specifically mentioned but not named,
that means they're telling them, show us the fucking money.
Not meaning it not true.
It just means this is always a money play, right?
You know, again, a civil suit, you know,
a civil suit, and that's another, like, misnomer people have gotten.
Like, when Kendrick said someone, like, Baca had a weird case,
like, he had a case that he was charged with human trafficking.
Like, that had jail time.
These are the cases we're seeing in hip-hop, this Me Too movement.
It's like, other than Diddy, because now the feds picked it up,
all these are civil suits.
Like, anyway.
All right, all right, all right.
And, by the way, if we think about this legally,
female B
We're going to see if they're going to say that female B
involve themselves in sex
But I'm wondering if they could be sued
So I'm going to be actively thinking about
What could their liability be here, right?
If Jay's fucking, Ditty's fucking
They clearly gonna get sued, right?
Combs aggressively pushed a plaintiff
With a crazed look in his eye
I don't know what type of look
grabbed her and said
You ready to party
God damn I imagine this thing
It sounded like Vince McMahon holy
So combs then threw the plaintiff
Towards a wall causing a plaintiff to fail
To fall I mean sorry
The plaintiff got back up
Okay this is like a wrestling match
He threw her against the wall
Plaintiff got back up and stumbled
At which point Combs grabbed her again
And threw her on the bed
At that point, Combs began to remove the plaintiff clothes as she grew more and more disoriented.
The plaintiff was then held down by Carter.
Oh, wow.
Wait, let me read it again.
So did he through the 13-year-old, towards the wall, the 13-year-old fell.
The 13-year-old gets back up.
Combs grabbed her again, threw her on the bed.
At that point, Jay-Z began removing the girl's clothes.
as she grew more and more disoriented.
The plaintiff was held down by Jay-Z
as he vaginally raped her
while Combs and Celebrity B watched.
After Combs finished, so I guess Combs nutted,
pause, I guess, pause.
He stepped back towards the wall,
probably has some post-nut clarity.
Combs then stepped forward.
This is nasty work.
Again, we don't know if it's true,
but this is nasty work.
You know why?
Because if we're going by the M.O.
That they're saying about Diddy,
remember, we just heard a scenario.
They said, Diddy throw the girl on the wall?
Then throw her ass on the bed.
Jay-Z holds her down on the bed
and starts taking off her clothes and fucking her.
And they're all in the same room,
but Diddy's behind.
We all know Diddy was jerking off looking at Jay's butt, right?
We all know. Come on.
Like, y'all, we heard the stories now.
Like, Jay Z was, did he been whacking off in the corner for like 20 stories now.
We know he's watching Jay Z.
Like, he's not watching a girl.
He's watching Jay.
Jiggin'am man, uh?
Jiggin'am what?
Like, yeah.
Come on.
Come on.
Just think about it and not.
They're describing it.
Look, the mere fact, they're saying that Jay Z had to step up, which means he was behind.
No, not Jay's.
I mean, Did he had to step up?
because he was behind Jay-Z.
You know that he was jacking off to Jay-Z's butt.
That's a fact.
All right, let's not say it's a fact.
It's what's alleged, okay?
And we're going to assume.
Okay, so Combs.
All right, so, all right, cool.
Bet, is it, Combs then knocked the plaintiff down.
Okay, so Combs then step forward.
Let's go back to you.
Step forward.
This is after Jay-Z nutted, allegedly.
Step forward.
And then he had sex with her too, while Jay-Z and Celebrity B watched.
Okay?
Now, I think, so Celebrity B is a female.
Sounds like this was going to be a foursome or something like that if this happened, right?
Celebrity is a female.
I wonder why we're not hearing about any sexual activity with her.
She's just watching on some shit.
Okay.
All right.
Plaintiff was held down by car.
After Carter finished, okay, yeah, and then Combs then stepped forward and vaginally raped the plaintiff while Carter, while Jayze and the Celebrity be watched.
The Combs then knocked Plaintiff down, attempt the plaintiff to perform oral sex on him.
She fought back, standing up quickly, punching out at the same time, hitting Combs in the neck.
Taking aback, Combs stopped his attempt.
When Combs backed away in surprise,
Plaintiff grabbed her clothes and shoes
And ran out the bedroom,
holding her dress in the front like a towel.
She ran through the residence
Until she found the front door
And was able to leave the party.
Although there were other guests to let the party,
No one appeared to take notice of the plaintiff's distress
Or attempted to help her.
Once outside, the plaintiff put her clothes back on
And left the scene in the dark.
The plaintiff attempted to retrace the route,
taken by the limo.
She kept running until she reached
a gas station and noticed she noticed on her way to the party.
A female clerk noticed her distress and allowed her to use the phone.
She called her father, admitted that she lied about her whereabouts and asked him to pick her up.
The plaintiff's arrive, the plaintiff's father arrive to pick her up shortly before dawn.
Now, I had a source of contention with this part of it when I first read it.
So you're telling me your daughter snuck out, lied to you about where she's.
She's going, went to not only the VMAs to stand outside,
but then gets brought by a limo driver to a after party,
where supposedly she gets drugged and Jay-Z and Diddy rape her while there's another celebrity watching in the room,
she somehow wakes up out of this blur of a stupor and just start punching,
grabs her clothes, runs out of the whole residence,
runs down the road to a fucking, it's like a scary movie at this point,
runs down to a gas station, calls the father, the father shows up,
and you're telling me, your daughter tells you that all this happened
and you ain't say,
it should have been two things.
Let me go get my gun.
I'm about to go murder them niggins.
Or bring me back up to where you just came from.
I got to see them niggas about this shit.
That's the only thing I'm like,
that sounds crazy.
That sounds crazy.
I'm wondering why the father wasn't like,
I got to go see them niggas right now.
Like, fuck that.
Or be like, you know what?
Let me get you home.
And then the next thing is,
What father doesn't take their daughter to the hospital?
Now, it doesn't necessarily mention if they did or they didn't,
but they leave it out of the lawsuit.
But these are obvious questions.
So you as a father didn't try to go get your little dirt on and slide and get revenge.
Okay.
You as a father ain't bring your daughter to the hospital.
You as a father, like, you didn't make a stink about it at the time?
Like, you just were like, okay, all right, you lied to me.
That's what you get.
Let's go home.
What?
kind of sounds crazy.
You sound a little bit crazy, right?
Am I tripping?
What you all I think?
All right.
Anyway.
After the assault, the plaintiff fell into a deep depression which continues to affect every facet of her life.
The plaintiff suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder and a seizure disorder caused by stress as trauma.
The plaintiff has had difficulty maintain normal relationships and lives, no, lives, sorry, lives largely withdrawn from society.
they're following this as a
violation under the New York's
Victims of Gender Motivated Violence Protection Act
and this is how they explain it.
Huh.
And this is coming from the Busby firm.
Okay.
Now, in record time,
Rock Nation has released a statement from Jay-Z.
I was like, don't tell me to Rock Nation,
but I block me.
All right. This is the letter from Jay-Z.
He says my lawyer has received a blackmail attempt called a demand letter from a lawyer named Tony Busby.
What he had calculated was the nature of these allegations that in public scrutiny would make me want to settle.
No, sir. It had the opposite effect.
It made me want to expose you for the fraud you are in a very public fashion.
So no, I will not give you one red penny.
these allegations are so heinous in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint not a civil one
that's a good point not going to lie um but but also here's the thing and you know even
okay let's just keep reading these allegations are so heinous in nature i implore you to file a civil
a criminal complaint not a civil one whomever would who would commit such a crime against a minor
should be locked away would you not agree
These alleged victims would deserve real justice if that was the case.
I agree.
This lawyer, who I've done a bit of research on, is this Jay Teybinis or Alex Biro?
This lawyer who I've did a bit of research on seems to have a pattern of these type of theatrics.
Hold on.
I have no idea how you've come to be such a deplorable human, Mr. Busby,
but I promise you, I have seen your kind many times over.
I am more than prepared to deal with your type.
You claim to be a Marine.
Marines are known for their valor.
You have neither honor nor dignity.
My only heartbreak is for my family.
My wife and I will have to sit our children down,
one of whom is at an age where her friends will surely see the press
and ask questions about the nature of these claims.
and explain the cruelty and greed of people.
I mourn yet another loss of innocence.
Children should not have to endure such at their young age.
It is unfair to try to understand inexplicable degrees of malice
meant to destroy families and human spirit.
My heart and support goes out to the true victims in the world
who have to watch how their life story is,
dressed in costume for profitability by this ambulance chaser in a cheap suit,
you have made a terrible error in judgment,
thinking that all celebrities are the same.
I'm not from your world.
I'm a young man who made it out of the project of Brooklyn.
We don't play these type of games.
We have very strict holds and honor.
We protect children.
You seem to exploit people for personal game.
only your network of conspiracy theorists, fake physics,
will believe these idiotic claims you have levied against me
that if not for the seriousness
surrounding harm to kids would be laughable.
I look forward to showing you just how different I am.
Why does this nigga Jay-Z sound like he in Gotham City right now?
He can sound like Bruce Wayne.
I will come back to Gotham City.
Joker and show you how different I am.
What the fuck is?
Anyway, Jay Z sound like he,
he's staying on Venice.
That nigga sounds like T.I. Son King.
He looked like he bought that life.
Okay, Jay.
Okay.
Now, do y'all believe this shit?
Do you believe it?
Now, with me, and I'll be very open and honest,
anytime I see a civil suit,
I always say,
why are you trying to, like,
Again, the civil suit should be in accordance with a criminal suit.
When I see people only try to get a civil suit, especially the way they're all rolled out now,
it looks very sketchy because here's a thing.
We hear salacious details and then we hear nothing.
A lot of these cases take years to deal with.
Did the police look into it?
Did the police find that these allegations had some nature or with?
rooted in truth, did charges get considered,
why were in charges brought?
These are real questions we do have to answer, right?
Because these days, the accusation
is just as bad as a charge, right?
Like, you know, again, and also what it does,
especially for people like Jay-Z and Diddy,
it breeds other people to say,
oh, hell now, y'all not beating me to the punch
of get my money from that, nigga.
that's a fact.
After, yo, when they heard that Cassie got $30 million,
man, yo, shit, they should have had a hotline back then.
Everybody was trying to get a goddamn lawyer.
Whether they sucked them off consensually or not.
So again, I don't believe for one minute,
this is going to be the last of this.
This is the beginning.
Now, the only interesting thing I'll point out here is that, Jay, we're going to have to call you to the carpet.
From what we're seeing, you and your lawyer use bully tactics too, gang.
Y'all do underhanded, backhanded media things.
It appears to dirty the reputation of people y'all don't like.
Media members you want to silence.
rappers that you want to devalue or hurt their career,
you're also not a saint in terms of,
maybe it wouldn't be blackmail,
but maybe like these underhanded tactics that the industry plays.
So while I do agree with them that it has to be a tough conversation
to sit your daughter down and say, hey, Blue,
you might go to school and they might ask you about
some stuff about us in the media
or about me.
Yo,
fuck them motherfogers, man.
They want what we got, bro.
Like, okay, they're lying.
Okay, people lie in this world.
You know,
you're living a good life.
Niggas is broke, right?
Well, however he explains it.
Definitely tough.
You have to have some empathy with that.
But I'm not going to lie.
There's a lot of shady stuff happening.
There's a lot of shady stuff.
happening. And I'll just kind of leave it there. I'll let you guys delve into.
So a lot of shady stuff. And again, I also want to be very clear. Not because, because if you
ask me, do I think that Rock Nation has been done doing shady shit in the industry? Of course.
Does that mean Jayzie fuck the 13 year old? I wouldn't say that or even dare make the accusation.
Now, with somebody down to make the accusation, clearly, is Jay-Z like Diddy?
I can't speak to that nature, but I do hear that there are the people who are saying stuff.
People, you know, what this does, and this is why we're in like this, you know, we're going to call it as Kendra calls it, the weird case era.
Because now people are going to start evaluating relationships that he may have had.
well, how old really was Beyonce when y'all started fornicating or getting with each other or talking or whatever?
How old was Leo?
How old was Foxy Brown?
How old was this person and that person?
And, you know, one thing, this is why I say that Jay-Z is really smart, way smart than Diddy.
J-Z is way smart than him because,
You ain't hear what Foxy said?
You, I'm a real Queens bitch.
I ain't, or whatever he said.
No, I'm a real Brooklyn bitch or whatever she said.
She said, I'm a real down bitch, but I'm not telling y'all nothing about nothing.
Suck a dick.
Right?
Like, she was like, yo, you ain't coming to me.
Like, I'm good.
All right.
She kept it.
She kept it like this with it.
You feel me?
She says, I'm an icon.
Miss me with the fake news.
NDA, a motherfucker alive that I can stop my story.
NDA on my shit.
I'm going to run a hundred mill.
then basically she says stop playing with my name dying for a comment can't spin me with the sucker shit to take hold down better ask about the cloth i'm cut from you heard her better ask about the claws she cut from so one thing i know is half of these people in media half of these people in um the music industry period j z is a part of their story or is currently cutting them checks
not to shut up or nothing, but like he's employed a lot of people.
And that does, like when you're someone who many other success is tied to you giving them opportunities,
it's less likely that they would even entertain any of this, right?
Like, pull out of this.
I'll give you an example.
Jay-Z is one million more popular than me.
And watch how hip-hop.
Remember when I got sued?
That shit went like wildfire.
I've never seen news spread that fast.
I've never seen news spread that fast.
I've never seen watch tomorrow.
It's the reason why, yo, listen,
we got damn there almost like 100,000 people in here.
It's the reason why, oh, Rumble didn't,
we're not allowed to Rumble?
Oh.
It's a reason why everybody going to get a little quiet.
You ain't going to see, yo, listen.
Another thing, too.
Let me tell you how the media works.
I'm going to tell how the media works.
I'm going to give you media secrets right now.
Remember when, remember when,
remember when you ever watch,
you ever watch Charleston White?
And he said,
yeah, police ever come pick me up.
I always keep like one or two murders in the tuck.
You know what I mean?
I could tell on some niggas to get out of this shit.
Watch the next three days.
If Rock Nation are who I think they are.
they got one big story in the chamber to switch this all up.
Watch.
That story might get deployed tomorrow or the next day,
but I say before Wednesday.
This shit won't make it for the week.
Y'all want to bet?
This shit won't.
Yo, by next week Sunday,
y'all gonna be like, wait, niggas,
niggis too, JZ?
Oh, that's old as fuck.
Watch.
Anyway, see, I want me to be anti-hoves so bad.
Fuck out of here post that.
What do y'all think about all this?
Let's hear this.
By the way, here's the thing, too.
So Jay's power in hip-hop is on parallel and unprecedented.
Okay?
So hip-hop outlets are going to be the most quiet they are today.
We might even hear a rapper die this week.
I don't want to lie to you.
This is how powerful this thing is.
We might just hear a nigga die.
A nigga might just fake is dead.
I'm like, yo, I'm all right.
I'm going to just go to Cuba, I'm out.
Let them report on me dying that change this subject up.
You feel what I'm saying?
So Jay-Z, that's how powerfully is in hip-hop.
Outside of hip-hop, though, nah, he can't have CNN and Fox don't give two Fox.
See what I'm saying?
It is a new hour here on live now from Fox,
and we do have some breaking news that we want to bring to you.
It was being reported by TMZ,
and now Fox News, we are learning that Jay-Z is accused of raping a 13-year-old girl
that is new in the Diddy lawsuit, and the new allegations are just coming out this evening.
Jay-Z is being accused of raping a minor along with Diddy at a MTV VMA.
Hey, let me also say this one thing, and I hope what I'm saying, y'all understand me.
I'm not here defending. I'm not protecting nobody.
I'm not, no, I'm just please understand how I'm saying it in the context.
context matters.
In 2017, when they tried to do the music thing,
like the music,
the music industry,
Me Too movement by the time it got to the music industry,
what happened then is everybody got low,
and this is how they usually handle things like this,
whether in the movie industry or the music industry or in the model industry,
okay?
Everybody, nobody has a comment on it.
Nobody talks about it.
Everybody gets low.
some niggas start retiring and people get out of Dodge and you wait till the wave blows over.
I guarantee that's what's probably happening for the people who own companies like Abercrombie and Hollister.
We just seen one of their CEOs like go down, right?
So if they were ever on some weird shit or not even that, but like if they know that maybe people could accuse them, even if it's false, you're going to start seeing them move a little way.
And again, that's the industry adopts to every time when, you know,
something that threatens almost the very essence of the industry.
What I mean by the very essence is I'm talking about the artists themselves
or these moguls who basically their legacies have built this entire thing.
And not the greatest analogy, but like, shit, you know what they just killed a CEO
from the healthcare companies and every other healthcare company removes their CEO from their website.
So what I'm saying is that when one thing happened, everybody starts moving a certain way.
Oh shit, they're killing CEOs.
You take all the CEOs off the website, right?
That's how the healthcare, and obviously that's murder.
When 2017 happened, they called out a few people, L.A. Reid, get your ass on out here.
And they called out a few people and everybody else was like, oh shit, let's chill back.
Let's not jump on that person and act like they're just whatever, whatever.
Because what usually happens is that I'm telling you, you're going to have to think of all of this as one or two.
things. All of these niggies are predators or certified pedophiles, word to Kendrick,
or you're going to say, yeah, there probably were some predators, but what, so some people
are guilty of predator behavior or sexual assault, but what probably the whole culture is
guilty of is there was an atmosphere that resembled what this person or these people are talking
about. And you're going to have to figure it out quick. Because back in 2017, everybody kind of
chilled out. Now people are gaslighting and soapboxing. Right. So for example, and this is not a
Kendrick thing because I think 50's at blame too. When Diddy's going through his thing, 50's pushing
the envelope and he's and 50 never really chilled out until his baby mama came out and accused him
with some shit which he later sued her which recently dropped but he was pushing that line too
but Kendrick's pushing that line too this and here's and again obviously he's talking more about
contemporary people this is what I personally feel and it's kind of like with the Cosby thing
I think Cosby was whatever they're saying he did or he is but I do believe
he was an outlier of an already existing culture
that was already super gray area-ish.
Like they were fucking the models or fucking the wannabe actresses
or whatever.
Like they were doing these things.
This is what I'm saying about this new era,
especially these guys, you know,
hip-hop has finally reached the place where Diddy billionaire,
J-Z billionaire, like the, you know,
Dr. Dr. Dr.
billionaire, right?
These moguls, these guys who've built this entire thing,
they are so fucking rich,
which, by the way,
anytime the more money you get,
you incentivize people to sue.
But here's the thing.
The culture of what happened in the 90s in 2000,
and I'm down on debate, anybody with it.
The culture,
the after-party culture,
it is very easy for someone
to have the interpretation of,
you took advantage of me
you did something to me
and this is what I'm saying about the soapboxing
because
Jay Z ain't the only one they got allegations about
they're just looking up at the scoreboard of who got money
hey if you got to be
give us 50
we need 50 of that we're going to shut the fuck up
so it becomes difficult
I believe when all of these people
indulged in that culture
do I believe and let me further explain that culture
Do I believe that Jay-Z and, by the way, again, we're speaking to rap culture, too.
Do we believe that maybe Jay-Z and Diddy, or let's just say some rappers,
all right, let's speak without names.
Some rappers after award show had an exclusive party, invited a bunch of groupies,
and then watch one girl just get piped the fuck out, and niggis took turns, ran a train.
Does that sound like, oh, what?
That don't happen to rap?
Does that sound like especially in 90s what they were talking about in 90s
Niggas is early 2000 niggas is swiping credit cards through these chicks ass
This whole respect women shit now is like man new
Back then niggins is doing anything
So I do believe that you know
Maybe this happened as it's it was said or
I do believe a lot of these rappers
Existed in a time in the culture where that culture when dealing with women
especially groupies.
And I don't mean to call this this young girl at the time a groupie,
but it was probably on a level where it could be then seen 20 years later in a different light.
You see all these cases have, oh, yeah, we went to the party and they drugged us.
Do you believe that they were just handing out just drugs, just date rape drugs to everybody?
or you think it's a hip-hop party
and everybody's just sipping on whatever the latest drink is
to get everybody a little bit more comfortable.
What do you think it is?
So this is a lot of what you think the era is.
So you could think, oh, no, Jay-Z and Diddy,
they were drugging chicks, injecting stuff,
or you could say, well, you don't have any proof.
Again, I just think it was a cult.
People were drinking at parties.
People may have done some other drugs.
Do I think they were fucking lacing these joints?
I don't know.
You know, I mean, I don't want to just say no.
But if you've been a hip-hop party,
these motherfuckers got Coke, Xanax, pink cocaine.
They got everything, nigga.
Now, granted, when you bring that to a sanitized Twitter space
or you have a soapbox warrior,
like Kendrick talking about it, looks really crazy.
Yeah, because of, that shit don't sound good.
but I'm pretty sure Diddy and Jay, well, obviously, by the way, if the chick is 13, like, that's crazy.
And, oh, that's another thing.
Now, that I think is not cultural.
But I think that's why they have buried and suppressed so much of the 90s.
Now, I don't know if Jay Zee's ever been with an underage girl.
I don't know.
I don't know if Diddy's ever been with an underage girl.
I don't know.
There's obviously this is an allegation, but I don't know as a fact.
But I think we've heard enough about how Niggies was getting down in the 90s that we do think that
half or the majority of these niggas, again, we're not saying they have fucked some girl
who may have been under 18.
I think there's been some rap lyrics about how some of these niggas was giving it up, and
they didn't seem to give a fuck.
It wasn't like right now on Twitter, if you tweet it out, it's like, now obviously 13 still
is right, but like, I think back then they were just on some other shit.
So what I'm saying is this, I think a lot of, you know, you know,
know everybody talking about it is very easy to when these eras come and go people realize you need
to sacrifice one person bill cosby had to sacrifice for the sins of the entire not saying he wasn't
maybe the worst or blah blah but you think he was the only one nigga doing that i think half the
thing he was doing it you think it was only did he if he did it you think it's the only jay it's the
culture that was doing it but everybody going to be quiet act like there wasn't there you know it's not
one of these things and come out and be like,
yeah, no, I used to do mad parties back then.
But what they described it over there,
we knew that only did he did that.
They always doing the same shit, I think.
Me, person, I think all of them niggas is doing the same shit.
If he was in the 90s, early 2000,
there was a lit rapper who had a crew or whatever
throwing parties.
He was probably throwing parties that maybe
an underage girl come through one time.
Maybe all type of bullshit was happening, bro.
It was just back then,
the girls were probably just,
toe shut the fuck up you are groupie.
Now it's like you got a weird case.
You get what I'm saying?
That's what I kind of thing.
You know what I mean?
I should call a whack on this.
Okay.
Before I do that, before I do that.
By the way, if you guys are just tuning in,
if you guys are just tuning in,
Jay-Z has been finally named in a lawsuit
that is accusing him.
of being in a act of sexual assault
where he's listed as a perpetrator
along with Sean Diddy Combs
of a 13-year-old young girl
on November 7, 2000.
This woman claims that she went to a party,
an after party that was after the VMAs.
And then she went into a room after taking a drink.
She believes that she was drunk.
Now, here's another thing, too.
Like, all these lawsuits claim that they're drugged.
If a 13-year-old who's never consumed alcohol,
I don't know what this 13-year-old was doing.
Again, I'm not picking up for nobody.
But, like, you know, we have to think a little bit.
These are, these are, and this is why the error we're in now,
the easiest way to kill somebody's reputation is to file a civil lawsuit.
The easiest way, right?
And here's the thing.
Nobody gives a fuck about the police, right?
Because St. Jay came out and said,
yo, you know the police investigated that before
and said I didn't fuck a girl that was underage and so whatever.
People don't care about it.
People care about the civil lawsuit.
Right?
So we're in the times of civil lawsuits,
but usually people don't go fuck beyond.
Let's see how they're reported, ABC Chicago.
Damn, they're on Jay's ass.
Oh, by the way, I guarantee them people who,
the K-bots and the rest of the woke people who love Jay,
you know what they're going to say?
Jay was Finnego-Bah, because I think he probably was.
It was Finnego-Bah like an NFL team,
was finnego-by a baseball team, an NBA team,
or by like a fucking news network or some shit.
Watch.
New news to get to, a civil lawsuit has been filed against Jay-Z
saying the rapper raped a 13-year-old girl back in 2000.
The suit alleges that Jay-Z, whose real name is Sean Carlin,
Carter raped the girl after the video music awards alongside Sean Diddy Combs.
The victim says she was invited to an after party after being spotted by a limo driver
and was then assaulted by both rappers.
Jay-Z is calling this a blackmail attempt.
He released a statement on social media responding to the lawsuit and Texas attorney behind
the legal action saying in part these allegations are so heinous in nature you have made
a terrible error in judgment thinking that all celebrities are the same.
I look forward to showing you just how different I am.
Interesting.
Not going to lie, man.
Breaking news tonight we have some new.
If Diddy.
So remember when Diddy House got rated.
They put out this video and they said,
they said, this is how Jay was probably reacting.
But it was just like, we've seen, you know,
and y'all tell me what y'all think about.
this. Do you think Jay-Z's movements
is an admission of guilt?
You can't win an eye
in the court of public opinion.
If you go low,
it kind of look like you're guilty.
If you talk too much,
look like you're hella guilty.
There's no real way to deal with it.
So,
Jay-Z, they canceled the brunch
two years in a row.
Jay-Z brunch,
canceled.
Right. Jay-Z and Beyonce's annual Rock Nation brunch reportedly canceled.
Yeah, the sources say it won't happen in 2024.
They went to Clive Davis Grammy Party, but they didn't go to or they didn't host a brunch.
A lot of people thought that kind of meant shit was hot.
Of course, one of the iconic pictures from the brunch.
is this right here.
We all remember this conversation, right?
Diddy JZ brunch.
It's 2020 y'all.
And it's different than when it was 2016.
You know, the game has been elevated.
As we can tell, there's no expense being spared.
We had a black billionaire's lunch.
You understand?
And we're here together and we're gonna keep staying together.
We getting tighter.
That's what I'm saying?
And United, we stand.
And ain't nothing else.
That's right.
To us.
Black, excellent.
Right there.
Incoming Meek Mill rant soon.
Y'all think Meek Mill is going to say he's no JZ gang?
That might have to be a thing, right?
If you know Diddy gang, well, the other person who was also fucking the 13-year-old, allegedly,
are you going to be no J-Z gang?
As I said, it was easy to get rid of.
of Diddy for a lot of people.
Jay, this is going to be a very
tricky one. I got a list of
people.
I got a list of people who, well, you know what I mean?
And honestly, some of them have, you know,
they've kept
certain type of distance and grace on
all of these type of situation.
So, we'll get into all those.
Anyway, let's see.
Is it this? Okay.
Producer Sean Diddy Cohn.
As Diddy's home in Los Angeles
has been rated by
Homeland Security.
Now for breaking news,
music mogul Diddy's mansions
raided by Homeland.
Law enforcement sources are telling ABC
ABC News that right now authorities are carrying
out searching.
Two more accusers who have...
We know all of these already.
But do you also know there's someone
watching with a stronger interest
in how things turn out?
Because he shares so much in common with Diddy?
Oh, if it's not clear by now,
I'm actually talking about Jay-Z.
We've got the inside scoop.
on what's going on. And trust me, it's big. From the east...
So this was eight months ago.
...coast to the west coast. Federal agents are making moves,
raiding Diddy's homes in Beverly Hills and Miami.
But through all that noise, rumors are swirling that those closest to Jay-Z have never seen
Hov so shaken. I mean, can you really blame...
Is this like an AI voice?
...the guy? There's a certain dread that comes with watching your accomplices get caught.
Who knows what anyone can say to save their own...
would y'all go to
accomplish sounds crazy
now
one person
in the um
one person in the um
one person in the industry told me this man
they said
yo ac i'm gonna keep it up being with you
yo chameau be honest
this is 100%
so 100% was funny something
they said i'm gonna keep it up being with you
I ain't gonna lie
some of these chicks might have
might have a case
but the majority of these
holds line man they broke they want to
check, they see these niggas up.
They all got fucked, never got wiped,
and they're salty.
And he's talking about some of the women with Diddy
and some of the women making allegations of other people.
And the person
went on to say to me, say, you're acting,
here's the problem with Diddy, though.
That nigga Diddy outlasts,
it is welcome. He ain't know when
the party was supposed to stop. He should have literally
watched the party die.
He should have stopped doing all of the shit.
doing because he said listen all of niggies was doing all that shit j him but j
realized when it went when the tide was changing you know that big pimping shit was getting
kind of stale and lame and new movements and new errors were starting to come up he started
sanitizing his old look he got married he ended the batch of lifestyle got married got out the game
got in the cut i think he got married like in 2008 a
something shit like that, right?
2008, 2005?
What did Jay get married?
Straight to see.
2008.
Got out the game.
They said, Did he?
He really missed her can't stop, won't stop.
They said, that's what got him in trouble.
Because he meets Cassie in 2010 or something
shit like that, right?
And he's still trying to do the same old shit.
And they said, that's what fucked up his shit.
This is what somebody in the industry told me.
They said, listen, half them chicks line.
But the reason why Diddy getting called out
on Front Street, that boy wouldn't stop.
Ditties having competitions on who could fuck more girls with his son.
Like, I'm like, what?
That's crazy, right?
You imagine you and your son had things even doing like, Playboy.
I'm about to fuck.
50 holes this year.
How much you're about a crazy shit?
I can't even imagine some shit like that.
But he wouldn't stop, allegedly.
And then, but they're saying that Jay escaped a lot of it because he checked out.
He stopped hanging.
stop going to search some of those parties.
He became really Grandpa Hove.
He became the guy who, you know, I'm on,
you know, I got to go home because wifey need me with the kids.
I leave an eight now.
Before you leave a four, he leave an eight now.
You know what I mean?
To the point where, you know, he's boring.
Now you don't even invite that nigga to the shit.
You're like, man, it's boring-ass thing.
I always told him all he got to go home to Wi-Fi like shit.
But supposedly that was good.
Anyway, also, oh, I just seen this tweet.
Tony Busby, two.
He says, regarding the JZ lawsuits,
who sent his effort to silence my clients,
Mr. Carter previously denied being the one who sued me in my firm.
He filed his frivolous case under a pseudonym.
What he fails to say in his recent statement is my firm sent his lawyer
a demand letter on behalf of an alleged victim,
and that victim never demanded a penny from him.
Instead, she only sought a confidential mediation.
Okay, now this is bullshit.
Yeah, she didn't say give me $30 million,
but going into mediation is basically saying
they're going to then ask Jay-Z to give you some money, right?
So it's still going to be money.
So yeah, we didn't demand a number.
We just said, let's go to mediate,
and the mediator was going to give.
of a number because that's what medeators do you know it's a civil lawsuit the only penalty here
could be money right um since i sent the letter on her behalf mr carter has not only sued me
but has tried to bully and harass me and this plaintiff his conduct has the opposite impact
she's so emboldened i'm very proud of her resolve as far as the allegations in the complaint
filed we will let the filing speak for itself and will let let the filing speak for itself and will
litigate the facts in court, not the media.
Look at this person right here.
See, this is Jay-Z propaganda.
Listen, I don't mind it because, shit, but why bring a civil case, though, instead of criminal?
Shit.
I wish that explanation, you know, if he's talking about me on online, the cops investigate.
It ain't no crime.
They say, ask a good boy.
I can't do nothing wrong.
Fuck out of here.
But nobody won't listen to that shit.
They're like, oh, no, the girl said this.
Whatever.
Tony Busby's going hard.
Now, if you remember what Tony Busby said months ago,
and by the way, this seemed like a personal response from Jay.
I mean, obviously it's a personal response, but look at Jay's response.
Let's pull it up.
Let's pull up Jay's response.
Let's go to Rock Nation.
So Jay's response almost seems like a direct response to his email is just not public.
Because in his email says, it says you are a Marine.
Where is this?
It says, I don't know how have you come.
to be such a deplorable human being, Mr. Busby,
but I promise you, I've seen your kind
many times over. I'm more prepared.
I'm more than prepared to deal with your type. You claim to
be a Marine? Marines are known for their
valor. You have neither honor
nor dignity. Weeks ago,
this is what
he posted. He says,
I've been sued in Los Angeles
in a last ditch effort to
stop me from revealing names in
public lawsuits. It won't work. The irony,
the suit against me
was filed
by a powerful Jane Doe.
Here's my full statement.
We won't allow the powerful in their high dollar attorneys
to intimidate and silence sexual assault survivors.
It's been reported that a lawsuit has been filed against my firm
claim an extortion.
The lawyers that filed it also immediately called TMZ
in an apparent effort to silence those who allege sexual assault.
Here's the deal.
The case filed against my firm is not only without legal merit,
it's laughable. Here's why.
On behalf of the two clients who allege sexual assault.
so now we know there's another one.
Chad.
Jack.
Remember, he didn't know it was Jay Z that was
file in his lawsuit, but he thought it.
So we now know there's another person
that he's represented.
So they probably went to Hov and said,
you sold McCarty for what?
You got how much for what?
Yo, give us $50, $25 million each and so there's
another victim somewhere, at least, right?
On behalf of two clients
to allege sexual assault, we sent standard demand
letters to a New York lawyer, Alex Spirole, that we know represents an alleged perpetrator and
potential defendant.
The letters were sent seeking a confidential mediation in lieu of filing a lawsuit.
So now, chat, we know something important.
So allegedly there's a 13-year-old victim and there is another victim.
Now, I'm pretty sure we're going to find out the other victim by tomorrow because the
once you name him in one,
you ain't getting paid for shit.
Right?
So they're going to name him in the other one.
Matter of fact,
give me one second.
I'm going to search this up to see.
I know he's mentioned in one.
Give me one second.
By the way, the reason why they follow it today
is that the court accepts it tomorrow.
All right.
I'm going to tell you if the other one's followed yet.
Okay, nothing that I see yet, but it might pop up.
But there's definitely, so now we know there's a 13-year-old woman,
or there was a woman that was 13-year-old at the time,
and there's another woman, okay?
I think I know what the other case is,
but I won't bring it up until they actually put the amended complaint in.
So we now could kind of deduce that Jay-Z,
is being accused of sexual assault by two women,
or we think are women, two people, right?
Okay.
So they said, and this is Tony Busby,
said they represent, they set a standard demand letter
that they wanted mediation.
No amount of money was included in demand letters.
No threats were made.
The demand letters are no different
than the ones routinely sent by lawyers.
Now, also, this is kind of cap.
Like, those demand letters usually say,
hey, you might want to hit us up to talk to resolve this amicably,
or else we're going to sue.
There's always a threat.
The threat is to sue.
Now, legally, he's going to look at it like, that's not a threat.
That's just how that's a lawsuit, right?
But, yeah, the threat is, yo, I'm going to sue,
and by suing, it's public.
You get what I'm saying?
So the reason why anyone would entertain these demand letters is because you don't want it to go public.
When the lawsuits file is public.
So when he says the demand letters are said is no different than one sent routinely by lawyers across the country in all types of cases.
It's obvious that the frivolous lawsuit filed against my firm is an aggressive attempt to intimidate or silence me in my and ultimately my clients.
The effort is a gross miscalculation.
You know I like this.
Finally, Rock Nation
Rock Nation is
punching in their own weight class
to Jayzee
Alex Spiro and to
Desiree Perez
bullying rappers
trying to do underhanded tactics
whether it's with label deals or whatever
or bloggers
especially bloggers who could never compete
with y'all. Y'all are a subsidiary
of Live Nation, a multi-billion dollar company that's currently in court being accused by the
Department of Justice for running a monopoly, that they have a monopolistic control over live
music events and ticket sales, and they feel that the company is so big it should be broken up.
Yeah, when y'all pick on rappers, yes, of course you're just going to squash a rapper.
Duh.
When y'all pick on a blogger, of course you're going to do like this.
pick on this guy, even though he's not your side, but he's much bigger than everybody else.
This guy is a guy who brings in billions of dollars, okay, billions of dollars in
revenue for clients in personal injury per year.
So he got a heavy duty firm.
So this is like lawyer versus lawyer.
Okay.
And yeah, let's see how this one go.
I want to see, listen, if nothing,
Nothing else.
We get to sit on the sidelines and just watch the mess happen all over.
And I can't wait to see how far it gets because here's the thing.
They're going to be some good old depositions.
They're going to be depositions probably with Hove.
Good deposition, maybe with some other people in Rock Nation.
It would be good.
He then says, I'm a U.S. Marine.
I won't be silenced or intimidated.
Neither will my clients.
Since our professional efforts at resolution obviously has failed.
we will instead disclose the demand letters we sent at the time we file suit.
Abuse of the legal system unfortunately runs rampant.
The lawsuit filed against my firm is a prime example of that.
Sunlight is the best disinfectant.
I have confidence that with full public disclosure,
all of this will sort itself out.
Give me one second, chat.
Let me look at, I'm going to see if I can find the demand letter.
because he said he would make both public at the same time.
So I know I see the amended complaint.
I'll give you one right here.
Yeah, I'm using like two computers.
Okay, I doubt.
Perfect.
We do got more.
Oh, wow.
Hold on now.
We got some moat.
We got some moat, Chad.
What's this?
Okay.
Okay.
That and let me get this.
Give me one second,
tell.
I'm just,
let me see.
All right.
I'm going to put these on the street
as soon as I'm just looking at ones
that are relevant.
Okay.
All right.
Good, good, good, good.
Just give me one second.
I'm going to bring all these things up.
I'm just,
there's also a document file that
basically said that.
So the person's agenda,
another way that sometimes people
don't want the embarrassment.
It might be like,
hey,
the person's name should be,
identified publicly. They shouldn't be protected under, you know, the Jane, I think it's called
Jane or John Doe Act, where people could file these lawsuits anonymously. And the lawyer said
if the court is going to get to the point of saying that they have to show their name,
basically they will, they're down to show, down to say the victim's name, but they won't have a
hearing on it and then um and oh okay okay so i think that's the uh the whole motion okay okay yeah no
never mind no there's you don't need to see it so it's basically so they added j z's name and then
diddy's lawyers filed a motion to did these lawyers filed a motion
for jane doe to give up their name we've seen recently this week they filed the same motion in another
case and that we found out that one of the women claiming that Diddy raped her is the wife of
some NFL star NFL player wife Diddy, right?
It says Sean Combs Diddy sexual assault accuser is actually revealed as an ex-wife of
and so this was a 17-year-old who flew out, right?
This is a 17-year-old who flew out from Detroit, Michigan to be a private jet.
Fuck Diddy in a studio
With some guy
And then also sucked off
Ditty's president of like his record label
At the bar before
Or like at some place with a bathroom
Before she got on the plane
So apparently her name is Anna Kane
She's now married to the Edmonton Oilers
Forward
And I think his name is Avander Kane
So now we get to find out
This is him
They got black people playing in NFL
No, I mean, NHL?
It's a black hockey player.
What the fuck?
JZ and beyond.
Hold on.
Evander, K.
Nguyen, this might be a biggest story than anything.
There's a black nigga playing in the NHO.
Oh, shit.
Okay, brother.
Anyway, all right.
So, yeah, his wife is the one who is claiming that, um, is he a current player?
It's 491.
He's now 33.
Is he so plain?
Salary. Salaries, $750,000.
You might not be in a league.
Might not be in a league.
Wack 100.
Y'am-on-stream. I'm on stream. I'm on stream. I'm on stream.
What that mean?
But I got to tell you, because I want you to say nothing that, I'm on stream.
Oh, listen, I got a bone to pick with you, bro.
What, what do you got to pick of me?
It's been seven days I've been reaching out to you, bro, by some business.
And you've been disregarding my calls, bro.
I did owe you a callback.
I know I did.
A callback,
nigga,
what is you putting me on a list?
The fuck is going on that?
You getting that boogey?
Because Drake answer your little calls,
and shit?
No.
All right.
No,
them niggas go away,
act.
You know,
we've seen them pop of niggas
before they go away,
act.
No.
I'm over here
breaking out some crazy shit.
What's that?
You didn't hear what happened?
Uh,
do it the Jay Z shit?
Yeah.
Well, you know, when I've seen
Diddy get mad the other day on that phone call, right?
Mm-hmm.
When somebody here, he ain't going to roll about that call.
That's that shit they did with R. Kelly, same shit.
Releasing their phone calls, right?
Wait, they released a Diddy call?
Hell, yeah, they released a Diddy call talking to a son.
Wait, no way.
No, no, I don't...
Yeah.
Well, I think that came out in court,
think we heard the audio you heard the audio the audio nigger where he said everybody out
there quiet huh everybody's silent huh you said yeah man ain't none i'm saying nothing for you
you say yeah we're gonna see who laugh at the who's gonna get the biggest laugh it's all over with
oh shit yeah we played that shit on the hunter's side a couple days ago oh all right i'm gonna try
hey what do you think about is j z shit the whole media about to get quiet because
i'm tripping off the 13 year old it says a vm-a
after party.
Right?
And I'm listening.
They just read it right now.
She's saying
she fought both
of them off, both
Jay-Z about 30, 31
at the time.
Yeah, they're both 30.
At the time. She's saying that
turn that down. She's saying that
she fought both of them off.
Now, I'm just
doing a mask. You're 13.
All right, let's
let's, let's, let's
picture if this is
I don't think
neither one of them
both of them would have to be intoxicated
with something. Let's just
call it liquor.
Roe.
A 13-year-old girl's not fighting these two niggas
off of her.
If this is going on.
It's just not going to happen. It's just
not going to happen. Right? I'm just
looking at it if it was to happen.
Secondly, she originally named
Puff and then all of a sudden
she ties Jay Z to it.
Yeah.
So she had put Jay's name in a, well, not his name.
She called him Celebrity A in the first, in the first lawsuit.
And I guess we found out that when they trying to shake somebody down or the lawyer calling him to be like, yo, hey, you want us to name you in this shit?
If not, give us this money, we won't name you.
And I guess Jay said, nah, I ain't paying.
I bet.
We're going to amend the complaint and just put Jay-Z.
Okay, so now, now we have, and something in this shit, I hate to say it,
it should have to go civil before it could cross over,
I mean, criminal before it could cross over than civil.
Because it's like anybody can say anything,
and this is one of those situations where Jay-Z can't pay and settle out,
even if he wants to
everything is at stake
right now bro
the only thing
the only thing
that's probably not at state
is wait
when year did he get
what he got with her in 2008
okay
he married her he married her in 2008
he married her
I don't know how he was that
is his relationship over there
like
but his businesses
you know what people start doing bro
people start pulling back
all that innocent until
proven guilty is cap
you know that if that was the case
motherfuckers businesses and companies
wouldn't be pulling away from them
and shit like that so it's kind of
like bro, his kids, they're old
enough to understand social media
personally
I don't, I mean, bro
it's like Jay Z's a whole other person
just to, you know what I'm saying?
Yes, yeah, see with Diddy
we looked at him as the
party animal so it's easy for us to believe that jzy is removed so far from that like i had to so i went
back and played some of the um the 2000 vma stuff like he was nominated that year for big pimping
that's a whole different guy if you listen to big pimping that's a whole different man you get what i'm
saying so like you know because we've seen him so different it's hard for us to even think that
but um this is what i heard i heard that again you're right and for everybody who's listened
sometimes when people settle
it's not because they did
it's just that they don't want this
which sometimes this is more costly
than even if you beat the shit
because whatever but
what I heard that it's been
they have looked at the people
with the deepest pockets and they know Jay Z's one of them
I heard that there's been a couple of people that's been
trying to like hey listen
what you want us to do
and after a while it's like wait are you about to go
give out a hundred million dollars
in checks to get everybody to shut
Shut the fuck up or
As some
Because this has been mounting
I think he was
Remember he canceled the brunch
I think he was trying to lay low
Saying all right if they got Diddy
I guess
Just take Diddy and just let's get over this shit
Let's get back to some other shit
And
He's been
He's been quiet on everything
Jay Z went underground on this
Yeah
Straight up bro
It's a lot of shit
Usually see him pop out on
You didn't see him bro
He was just
Beyonce was making her
rounds, usually there's a lot of shit.
So do I think that Jay-Z may have been in, I don't even want to say present,
may have been around in the vicinity when Puffton did some shit?
Yes, I do.
Do I think he was right there hands-on knew what was going on?
No, I don't.
Okay.
You know what I'm saying?
All right, well, hold on, let me challenge you on this.
We're doing this for the sake of the conversation.
We don't know, right?
Even with what you first, I fully agree with you, right?
It kind of do sounds sus that she's saying,
I pushed off two grown men, and she's 13, ran out,
and she said she's 13 running with her clothes like a towel around her,
and she's naked.
I want you to stop right there.
And nobody says that.
We know at the VMAs, law enforcement is on deck.
Yeah, even after parties, I would imagine
they're on deck. They're on deck. They're outside. They're on deck.
So you're running out. I'm assuming it was this,
what, was she white? Was she black?
I was the Asian, and we don't know anything about her.
We don't know yet. We don't know yet.
Okay, but 13 running out.
Hold your clothes. Just got a sexually assaulted allegedly
by Puffy and Jay-Z.
Okay. Did you drive your,
car up there how did you get home
the fucking Uber around in 2000
she said the driver brought her there and she said
she ran out of the place and then ran down the street
till she saw a gas station she was familiar with
she asked them to use a phone
okay who does she call
she said she called her father
and her father
didn't go back up
she said her father came I know
the father came picked her up
and must have just brought her home we heard nothing about
hospital.
Like, I mean, that's the time
we'd be like, I'm about to go up there go see them,
niggas.
Hey, bro, nigga, off the rip.
I mean, at the day, man, it's just like
it's a sad day for
our mobiles.
It's a sad day for our
people, bro, that we, that we
like used to motivate us.
You know what I'm saying?
It's a sad day because
if any time Dick and Harry,
bro, could just say,
fuck it. I'm going to file some shit.
and there it goes to tackle your name.
I mean, bro, where's, like, what do we do about that?
Hey, let me ask you a question.
So, all right, so I agree with that part about her pushing it.
It sounds so weird, right?
It sounds so odd.
But here's the thing, I think when it comes to a civil suit,
just like it would have been with a criminal,
obviously there's no criminal angle so far with this.
But if, even if she had sex with them men,
at all. That's
any jury, if a jury
believes that they had sex, they're going to
give her the win. That's the win. She's 13 at a time.
They're going to give her the way.
It's nothing to justify.
It's nothing to justify
at 30. It's a nigga.
She's 13. I ain't no
fucking, look,
I don't give a fuck if you say the fake ID shit.
She's 13.
Do you think that
do
so do you do think that
Because that's a different era in music.
There's a different time.
Do you think that possibly,
let's just make this up.
We're just making this up.
Maybe she told people she was 18.
Do you think that these guys were that sloppy,
that maybe that's somebody.
I'm agreeing with you,
but I'm trying to figure out.
Bro, I'm going to be real.
I've seen some 16-year-old
with a fake idea in the club
that you have to be.
Hey, hold on, bro.
You know, and even then you're questioning it.
13, the conversation is still 13.
The tone of the voice is 13.
I mean...
Yeah, that's crazy.
That is...
Yeah, it's...
Yo, once you hear a 13-year-old speak, like...
13, bro.
13, come on.
I don't care how much lipstick and blush and eye shadow you have on.
Some things you can enhance at 13.
So, all right.
So from what I hear, right?
What I hear is that there's a lot of artists back in a day,
they may have slept with a 16-year-old.
Or they were dating them on the low.
They say, Russell was-
Not for five.
Okay.
So you know what people usually say,
well, if you down to do something with a 16 that you know,
why wouldn't you then fuck maybe a 13 that, for whatever reason,
looks overdeveloped?
Well, let's put it into perspective.
When a person says that
Like about a 16 year old
More than like this dude that's
20, 21, some shit like that.
Okay.
You ain't, I don't go to dig you'll find a nigga in this 30s
talking that type of shit.
Jay-Z name with Jay-Z was like 31, 32.
I was Jayzee right now, 55, 54.
Yeah, but you know the Alia thing going to come up,
though, right?
I said that.
Now, even with that, let's talk about that.
And by the way, hold on one say.
Chat, let me say this.
if you ever got something buzzing in the media
WAC 100 is like
he's like the Brian Steele of all
internet niggins. He will make you see
something in a light that you would think about it twice
rather than just like go
because you usually just think black and white
but go ahead and I say you're the Brian Steele of the internet
that's the fact
Okay
um
I leave with how old a lecture you they were telling what
That's the thing
Before R. Kelly
They keep saying
Like it was like
Around the same time
Arkelly was like
Supposedly 15
But he was faking a marriage
And then
That kind of ended
Like
I gotta Google it
But they're saying it was like
Wait wait wait wait bro
You're telling me wait wait wait
So
We went over this shit
Arkelly was done
With a leave at 15
Yeah
And if you're
Jay Z was like a little prior to or after.
I think you might, I'm trying, I'm hoping it's like after.
So, Jay Z was before Dame Dash, right?
Well, that's the thing.
I thought, okay, I thought, I thought Dame Dash basically said that Jay liked her, but they didn't get to, I can't, we don't know the truth about that.
So, I see one Twitter account, and I's got to say this is Twitter, so it could be wrong.
Like, by the way, Jay has amazing team.
If you Google it, the AI that comes up.
for Google says they have never messed
around but if you've heard the stories
there's too much stories for that to just be like
black and white like that so it says
Jay Z dated Alia when she was 17
he was 28 at the time
and then they're saying well
he dated Foxy at 15
okay 28 and 17
all right let's just go with that
she was 17 he 28
what's your thought on that
where's the Leah from
where is a
from,
wait,
should that matter
or where was she
usually living?
I'm asking it
for a reason.
What state?
Because remember the state
of New York,
17 is legal agency.
17 is legal education.
She's from Brooklyn,
New York.
There it go.
That's why I asked you
because I'm going to tell you
why I'm asking you this.
Because I'm a California guy, right?
I don't care where I'm at.
18 is embedded
in my head.
Growing up,
is I can't wait to get 18.
I can't wait to get 18, right?
That's why I asked you.
So New York is 17.
Jersey is 16.
Nevada is 16, right?
Legal agent consent, statewide.
Federal, the law of the land is 18.
So with Jay-Z, being a New Yorker growing up in New York,
17 is always legal to him.
Oh, hold on.
Wait, wait.
Everyone keeps telling me.
You know what I'm trying to tell you?
Hey, chat, am I wrong?
Is she from Detroit?
It's a place of birth, Brooklyn, but maybe she grew up in Detroit.
Oh, okay, so she was born in Brooklyn, but she grew up in Detroit, Michigan.
My bad, chat.
So she grew up in Detroit, Michigan.
Okay.
Now, that's even worse.
They're going to consider Michigan is 16.
Really?
Yeah.
We ran through this on the hundred side of the club.
I was down there.
I was by heart, Google it.
Okay.
I was just about to say, just tell people why you know this
because they're going to think that you're looking it up for your own purposes.
No, we know this.
You want me to tell them why we know it?
Yeah, tell us.
Okay, we know this for two reasons.
A, they tried to attack Adam, right,
with the niggas little problem with the fake shit.
And B, I had to defend you when you made the comment
about college.
And I was talking about,
I was really talking about
the tiger situation.
And then I said,
well,
let's be honest,
with people in college,
there's a time
where sometimes somebody's 17
for four months.
And usually when you're in college,
you could also be at the,
the oldest,
probably like 21.
Nobody in college says,
oh, you're a freshman,
let me check your ID.
Yeah, right?
Yeah, exactly.
So, and what happened was,
when I started doing research,
And I realized
Michigan is 16 for real
It's 16
Your state is 16
New Jersey as well
Holy shit
New Jersey is 16
So when I was
Researching
I'm like listen
When you're dealing with people
Who grew up
I grew up in California
All my life
Without me knowing
Anything else
I thought the whole world
Was 18
Because that's what I grew up
Under
So now I have to put
myself in the shoes
of somebody growing up in New York or Jersey or whatever
to where they're being taught when you're 17 this,
when you're 16 that,
as if I was taught when you're 18 this,
you know what I'm saying?
So Jersey is 16.
Wait, hold on.
New York 17.
Now, now I'm probably going to regret bringing this up
because I'm not trying to have you pile on my guy now.
But I've seen you recently on No Jumper
and when in that convention,
of the lawsuit that was filed
you said well did Kendrick defame him by saying whatever
Drake was on stage with a woman that was 17
and illegal age of consent in Colorado is 17
okay I know this I know all the states okay so so
technically he wasn't he'll
I said all that you were so fucking emotional you didn't want to catch it
I said listen I said this is my exact word
I said legal age of consent is 17 in the state he was in.
I said, now, I don't know if Drake falls up under the federal mandate because he's not a U.S. citizen.
He didn't cross the border from Canada.
Federal mandate is 18 across the board.
Was it distasteful?
Yes, but because legal agent considered 17, they couldn't put that on him.
I said all that.
You was just so fucking turned up.
You didn't catch it.
Hey, by the way,
not to even just keep jumping back and forth.
But I'm what,
you see,
this is why,
you know,
even with what you said is right,
anybody can say anything
and make it a lawsuit
to, like,
just kill your character.
Yeah.
I really look at the father and say,
you know why the father
should have at least brought,
the very least,
brought your daughter.
If she got penetrated by two men at 13, two grown men at 13.
In the lawsuit that said Jay-Z finished, which I'm assuming ejaculated.
Your daughter has to be in some type of pain.
I'm assuming.
So if you bring her to the hospital,
if not only should you bring her because that's your daughter,
and you would imagine that she just went through traumatic stuff you went to bring her to the hospital,
but it would document that she had sex.
that date
that date
and then if it could then be corroborated
now in post
that it was Jay Z and Diddy
it's already
it's already game over right
but if there was nothing documented
people could be like
well how do we know if this woman was even at the VMAs
how can we know if she was even at the after party
but because they could file anything
on a civil, right?
Anything on a civil
and people say, hey, look,
80% of the time they just settle out.
People go for it and then guess what?
What the hell?
You know what else they need to do at?
If you are caught or found to be lying
in your civil suit, right?
Yeah.
Then it should be some criminal act,
some action on that, bro.
There's nothing, there's nothing
that happens to the person
that's just bullshitting.
It's so either
I get some money or I don't and that's it.
Yeah, so I do know
it's simply because I got sued
for somebody who I ever met.
They said on my stream, I defamed them.
And they asked for some money.
Of course, I ain't paying it.
But the legal fees are amounted up.
The only thing my lawyer said,
because I ain't going to lie,
I'm 200.
and K in the hole.
Like, these lawyers cost a lot, bro.
And they're dragging it.
This has been for two years.
They said, I defamed them.
Now, the only thing my lawyer said,
my lawyer said, listen, this might take
another two. Are you down
and prepared to possibly pay us another
150? And said, or
we could just tell this, like, this chick is broke.
We could just say, hey,
you want 30 and we can wrap it here,
but you're taking a loss.
Or, or,
where we, you could pay the 400,
overall or 500
and win and win
there'll be 400
no no no this is what they say
it's gotta be
230 no no no no no this is what they say so
I pay say 400 500
this is us
we're gonna win like they don't even want to go to trial
right they don't want they claim they want to go to trial
but they don't want to go to trial they're in appeals right now
um
here's the thing
there's something called an anti slap law
which means if you if I
file a lawsuit in New York State saying WAC 100 raped me,
rape me on Tuesday of last week.
And you, your lawyers filed a lawsuit to say,
what type of bullshit is this?
WAC 100 was in Argentina Tuesday last week.
They're going to dismiss it,
but they're going to say this is a frivolous lawsuit
and an anti-SLAPP loss thing.
The anti-SLAPP statute says you got to pay for the legal fees.
So here's the thing.
from a broke
That's what happened with Tierra Marie
You know right
With Tierra Marie sued 50
And owed him money
So Tierra Marie sued 50
The shit got dismissed
And then she owed 50 30,000
Except it's gonna be some broke chick
That would be 400,000 dollars
That I could never collect
There goes
But I gotta do it to set a principle
You get what I'm saying
Because what I realize is that
And I think this is why Jay-Z
So from what I heard
There's been like four or four
five like chicks claiming jZ did whatever they're like you'll pay us money right and i do think if it
was one that maybe he was like you know what shit i don't want her to come out and start doing
interviews let me just pay this one girl off maybe he would he's like i'm not admitting to nothing
i'm just going to pay you off because you feel hurt cool but there's a lot of them and what happens
is when your j z status four or five bring
40 to 50 more.
You know, they got a hotline for Diddy.
Imagine the jigger hotline.
It ain't going to be one 900 hustler.
It's going to be one 900 payday.
That's crazy.
So I think this is why he's getting at it, but here's a thing.
Here's the thing that sucks for Jay.
Everything he was doing is fucked up.
Every deal he was working on, fucked up.
Everybody, tomorrow morning, I guarantee it.
All it's done.
They pull him back.
Hey, I think we should just go in a indefinite break right now in negotiations for you to open up this or you to be a part of this.
By the way, here's the thing too.
Hey, bro.
Hey, bro, don't be surprised if you start seeing Jay Z sales shares in Rock Nation.
Hey, here's the thing too.
Remember, he re-opted with the NFL for the Super Bowl shit, that position that he means.
Yo, if they had dropped this shit before,
ain't no re-up coming.
Yeah, but they can get rid of it.
But the re-up is never, never final because there's always a clause in there.
Yep.
There's always a clause in there that if you do something that discredit yourself.
That's true, too.
On the organization, all bets off.
So I believe this is going to cause,
and this is why it sucks, right?
I don't know what Jay-Z's done.
I don't know what he ain't do.
But what I do know is just the mere fact
that this is public.
Now, here's the thing,
and I said this to everybody.
This is how Jay-Z is smarter than Diddy.
Jay-Z has a hand in a lot of media.
Watch this tomorrow, whack.
Tomorrow, a lot of the usual hip-hop blogs
or hip-hop personalities, you and me,
you know, we give it up about anything.
You know, it is, it don't matter.
But there's a lot of people, they're not going to talk about this,
or they're going to sanitize it or try to move on.
Also, I do think if Rock Nation is what I think they are,
they have a story in their back pocket to change this whole conversation.
Not about this.
They're just going to give a bigger story.
Everybody knows the only way to kill one story is to give a bigger story.
So we might see a, we might see a 4K video of some crazy shit that happened
that we're going to say, fuck that,
is I think that's going to come.
But right now, Jay is going to all his business.
By the way, you know he's on the board of Square.
So Square owes Cash App.
When he sold title, they gave him, he sold it to Square.
And he became a board member there.
He's been racking up power moves.
A lot of people said that he was trying to either get,
I don't know if it was a Dodgers or something.
He was about to make some major moves in terms of even buying a sports team.
he's been doing some good shit
this is going to
fuck up a lot of things for him
depending on how they drag it
um
the mainstream
i just said that i said he cannot afford
to drag this out no two three years bro
he cannot afford that bro
he'll fuck some shit up
there's got to be something that get resolved
quick
yeah i don't know if there's a quick
resolution it looks like they're about to go to war
with this with this lawyer because exactly i think they're going to try to discredit him they discredit
the lawyer a lot of she goes away you know what i'm saying that's exactly what we're about to do
this is why honestly again i don't know who did what i don't know who did nothing i was surprised
i saw dr dr dr dr dr dr dr dr dr dr dr dr dr dr dr dr drsmsms recently
i think a lot you keep you keep going that drape no no no no it's not going that
Dre. It's not going to Dre at all. No, what I'm saying is that
you could tell the
it starts with the niggas with the big pockets.
Dre is a billionaire.
Anybody who feel wrong
or they might just have no money, even if it's frivolous.
Like, Jay knew his, like, I don't think,
I think Jay knew his card was going to be
called the moment he knew that. Yeah, because he started
shutting shit down early. What I'm saying is that,
if I'm a billionaire, they're getting
at the billionaires now.
They're getting that Kanye too.
The thing is Kanye is still,
Kai is an enigma.
He's just still doing what he wants to do.
But every hip-hop billionaire is getting sued.
Kanye got a lawsuit by Lauren Piscota
in Stanley Moss Court in L.A.
I know Lauren personally.
Worked with her direct on the side with Kanye.
Nor personally, I spoke with her since she filed a lawsuit.
It was a little shocking to me.
but very nice lady
I mean we work like
side by side
you know what I'm saying
like she was with us when we went to see Elon Musk
she was right on the side of us
really yeah I know her personally bro
when I got text threads in history
or you know whack help me out with this
jet I'm caught up with this can you do this move to whack
we literally I actually
when I introduced
Tori Lane's to Kanye for the first time
down in Miami, she was there with us.
Right?
Yeah, like, I know her, like, I know her, know her.
Like, she's cool people.
So it was a little shock.
And the first lawsuit was she didn't get paid.
You know, he was paying her a million a year.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Okay, so let me ask you this question.
Six-nine knows.
Remember when me and Six-nine flew in Austin that time?
Yeah.
Lauren was with us.
Hey, by the way, it's okay if you don't want to answer
this, but do you believe that, remember the first lawsuit did not accuse him of any
sexual stuff?
It was paying.
Do you think that, do you think she only threw this all to say, all, since you're not
taking me serious?
Or do you think that this is really her story that she's trying to go?
One has nothing to do with the other.
Her getting paid.
No, her getting paid, right?
is one thing, right?
And I believe he was supposed to re-up her contract.
I do know her original contract with like a million a year.
He was supposed to re-up it, and she was supposed to get more.
So I don't know what happened, right?
I know she put in a lot of work.
She did her job, and she was a great worker, cool people.
This situation, right, is a little odd to me because it sounds to me like she's saying,
this happened prior to
because she
whoever Jay's girlfriend was
yeah
Lauren was assigned to her
you know what I'm saying
when she moved they the other one moved right
yeah so it was like okay
did this happen prior to
and then you became as a sister
you get what I'm saying
like did this what did you guys meet
because from what I'm read it's like
they met over here
whatever happened
happen whatever, okay. But then you ask yourself, well, why did you go to work for? But they're going to say, well, you offer to pay a million a year for assistant.
So then they're going to say, is that normal? Or was this part of this shit hush money? You saw how this shit gonna go?
You know what I'm saying? He really paid her documenting one million for a year. So it was like, okay, if you hired her after the fact,
was his hush money
if it was hush money
what does that leave longer
you get what I'm saying
because this is not criminal
what she's filing
it's civil
you know what I'm saying
yeah
so it's debunked that
this shit gonna get a little different
hey hey
and I want you personally
I want you to watch this
hey chat remember I told you
Jay Z is the most
protected person in media
this shit broke over
two hours ago
We've been on stream for 2 hours and 41 minutes.
This is after it broke.
Hip-hop DX.
There's not one post about it.
That's crazy.
Not one post about it.
Hot new hip-hop.
Look at the first thing, right?
They said Jay-Z responds.
They don't even say Jay-Z has been accused of raping.
They say Jay-Z response.
They don't even lead with Jay-Z is accused of.
They said, this is Jay-Z's response.
Denny, look at the second thing.
Academics, hops on stream playing.
Jay Zee after music,
more or whatever.
And then they said,
then another one for context.
Jayzie's lawyer allegedly sued Tony Busby for extortion.
So they're,
they're contextualizing like,
hey,
this cap,
this cap.
I'm telling you,
Jayzie is another level of protection that
Diddy made a billion dollars
and kept tricking on hoax.
What he didn't do is what Jigga did.
The most protected guy,
I'm telling you all three days,
this topic is out of him.
here and I think that they're going to drop some a video of some crazy shit
happened in full K to bury the story and then you go to no jumper LA the last
four posts is all Jay Z but that's the thing so yeah yeah you can't control those yes so like
my page um yeah no jumper page those are not controlled so like you're we're reporting on this
is a hot yo you know right now you want to tell how many people watching us right now whack this
this is how you know this is a big story it says right first of all we have quarter million views
on on x alone we have 25 000 on our main youtube page and then we have 7000 on our secondary
youtube face that's 32 000 live right there twitch has 3 000 um that's uh what's that 35 35 and then
I don't know how to quantify views on
on Twitter, but when I used to go
live during the beef with Kendrick and Drake,
I used to get a million.
And that's the biggest moment on Twitter.
Right now, I'm at 750,000.
So it just shows everybody's watching this,
yet none of the big platforms
that's not like independent.
Then nobody wants to talk about it.
I'm telling you, Rock Nation controls most.
Hey, I'm not mad at it because I ain't going to allow to you.
When you get money of power, you got to work the system of your favor.
I'm not mad at it.
But I do want to point it out.
Hey, let me ask you, let me ask you this question.
How do you think we get past this?
You know, obviously, and this is super preliminary, but we're going to assume Jay-Z is not going to be sitting in a jail cell over nothing.
Okay.
He's not going to go down like this.
But I think people have seen a formula that works.
accuse you, have it go viral,
and if you ain't pay us before,
you're going to lose deals that you're going to wish you paid us.
Because right now, I got to imagine
there might be hundreds of millions of dollars
that I'm not going to say it's getting off the table for Jay,
but it's getting pushed back.
So how do you handle these in the future?
You're a manager, you're like a crisis manager of sorts.
You mean like if he beats it.
comes out of it? No. Or just right now. What happens? Okay. So what I'm saying is that
say any other rapper who people have looked at to say, oh, this nigga got man money.
Shit. Well, I slept with him back then when he had the tour bus and two of his friends
fuck me. And really, I ain't going to lie. Like, I don't know if I was with all that shit.
There's nothing nobody can do because how is set up or cross your fingers and hope nobody
gets any broad ideas, bro.
Anybody could go
and file a fucking
super suit, bro.
Okay, you're the manager
of a mogul, right?
Do you tell them, especially in this time,
hey, yo, listen,
let's,
just do like a Christmas
gift for all of the chicks that you like that.
Make sure everybody's good.
You do that.
No, hell no.
Bro.
And again, you just got to,
you got to just walk it.
and then they cross
For one
Like
They're not going to be thinking that this is going to happen
Especially if they haven't done anything
They're not
They're not thinking about a motherfucker
To just go make up some shit
They're not thinking about it
You know what I'm saying
They're not seeing it that way
Because it's like I mean
Look bro
You're not worrying about the cops coming to your door
About you being little
BMS because you don't distribute drugs
Right
You're not worrying about that.
But what if a motherfucker out there just straight up
said, yo, the drugs I got
in my trunk is academics.
Straight up said it.
And these motherfuckers went and got a warrant
because this nigga said it and came
to raid your crib. You're not
thinking about
none of this shit, right? So it's nothing
you can do. Now, unless
you know you have a client
that be like
picking randoms up and
shit at the clubs and all that crazy
shit, then you sit them down and say, yo, you need to cut this out to see what's going on.
You know what I'm saying?
But other than that, you're not thinking about how to find some people that you know
you didn't do any wrong to.
Yeah, but when I, if I'm Diddy, or not Diddy, if I'm Jay-Z, say you're Jay-Z's
right-hand, man, you're his counsel.
And once you see that happening to Diddy, what would you have done for?
from like the beginning of this year to maybe at least a couple months ago.
Because remember, you're watching lawsuits start to come out,
then you're watching, you see a raid happens.
And you have to say, even if you don't distribute drugs,
you've been in the room where maybe they were packaging the drugs.
And you want to kind of just...
All that's over with.
Like, like, bro, let me be real.
BETs, all these awards, all these fools were so stressed out.
You know what they were saying?
Wack, ain't nobody giving no parties.
There was no party.
Yes.
Bow Wow said it.
Bow Wow said ain't no more parties going on.
No more parties?
Fuck no.
Right?
So, in the day, all you could do is shut it down, bro.
Shit's about to get real simple.
You know what I'm saying?
No more parties.
You got to tell you a clot out.
Some of these dudes, they think they're bigger
in the program.
They're going to keep on, keep on until they get caught up.
Mm.
You know what I'm saying?
they're going to keep on, keep on until they eventually get caught up.
Hey, by the way, chat, of course, Revolved hasn't reported this yet, okay?
Maybe us and TMZ and whack, we just, a little bit ahead of their writers.
They ain't get to it yet.
Oh, shit, they know what's going on.
They knew what was going on before it came out.
But, again, like you said, you know what I'm saying?
The worst thing Jay-Z could do is go fucking over here to the Children's Hospital.
This is going to start looking crazy.
he's got to resume normal program bro
now now what he needs to do
gonna have to do
if any of these companies he's dealing with
are pulling back
he need to try to keep that as quiet as possible
hey hey hey yo listen
you know what I'm looking so I'm on stream
I'm looking up who posted this
I remember the day so first of all I remember
you know I ain't going to talk too much about
but I'll say this part
when that attorney sent me some fucking letter saying,
hey, listen, you want to, yo.
No, actually, no, the dude sent me an email saying,
I've been criticized because he represents mad people for Diddy.
And he's like, yo, you know, I could sue you, basically what he said.
And I was like, what?
So anyway, I had showed an attorney.
But anyway, the day that lawsuit came, right?
Nigger, every 20 seconds, because I have like an alert,
Rolling Stones.
TMZ, CNN, and everybody, BT, they posted it.
It felt like they were all in one group chat, like,
let's post the news on act right now.
And me, I'm not a one millionth as popular as Jay-Z.
Y'all'm on BT.com.
I'm looking at their news.
Ain't not one thing about Jay-Z.
B-T ain't running it.
Revolt ain't running it.
Not going to happen.
I need to have that type of power control.
But I will check.
it is.
It's because of this conversation right here,
people may start looking at Jay's a little different.
Why you go, bro, what are you trying to do?
You know what I'm saying?
What are you trying to do?
Like, are you using your influence to shut it down?
Like, because now it's another side of it.
That's a 13-year-old girl who's, she's 34, with 24, she's 37 now.
right? We don't know what's going on with it. It was traumatized.
Or now she can't have children or whatever. Let's just say, and say she's not lying.
Let's just say. And say she's not lying. I mean, my man, Mystical, I used to think they was bullshit until he caught a second one.
Yeah, nah, Missal was tweaking. I told you.
You know what I'm saying? I'm like, nah, they fucking wild and I'm missing. Now, you know, so it's like, you know, we have to be.
to really pay attention to this shit
and see like
you're doing damage control
for what reason.
All right.
Wack,
I'm going to bring up a topic.
And
I know you're going to be arguing with me.
I got to say.
I just put the facts.
Hey.
Fit these to be blamed a little bit too.
Again, again,
obviously, if anybody got
If you should be blamed on what?
Wait, hold on.
Hold on. Hold on.
No, no.
What I'm saying is that when you encourage a culture of what we're seeing,
and now I think we all could know,
you know, we don't know what's true or what's not,
because some of these stories, sometimes it don't make no sense,
but whatever, but the allegation,
but you know who got to be blamed to?
Who that?
Kendrick.
Kendrick has started the weird case era.
We're in the weird case era.
What are you talking about?
What are you mean?
No, I'm going to tell you why.
Tinder just had a hell of an album.
By the way, did you congratulate him on the $319,000 for the first week?
Yo, no, I read one of your texts and saying,
Ag, are you mad at me because Kendrick sold three?
No, I did congratulate.
Yo, why do you, why people think I'm mad that Kendrick is selling?
Matter of fact, I think Kendrick was going to sell more.
Whoa.
Drake doesn't mean you have to be anti-Kendrick.
Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.
You don't think I'm anti-Kentering.
No, we know.
you are. No, I'm not anti-Kendrick.
Yeah, you are. That's, that's the guy.
I'm going to be honest with you.
I'm not anti-Kendrick. If I do come off anti-Kendrick,
which I might these days, is because his fans are too annoying.
Like his fans...
His fans are annoying.
What? You know what I challenge you to do?
Kendrick fans are the worst fans in hip-hop.
You know what I challenge you to do a one-on-one sit-one with DJ head.
You probably can't handle it.
He's intellectual.
but you should think about it, bro.
You know, take a few months and get ready for me.
I'll sit down, one-on-one, sit out.
I think the people want to see that with DJ.
Hold on, no, no.
So, so, so, all right, let me gladly respond.
Number one, I spoke to him on stream already.
I would definitely even sit down with him.
I schooled him on stream, and I would definitely school.
I school them on just this.
Yes, I school them on hypocrisy.
Because all I have to point out is the fact that,
no matter how impartial they claim I am for Drake,
he has,
he has,
he's a one-sided penny.
He's a one-sided penny that only just,
DJ head,
he only spouts points for Kendrick
and just kind of like,
he's super,
I get it.
And by the way,
he's out of points for Drake.
No, no,
but I've given,
I've given Kendrick his Ws when it when needed.
I said,
yo, I like,
yo,
this is a great move.
I said his PR team,
some of the guys who work digital they work with me you know what people think i'm like upset you know the
people who work PR for him right who who like you know do digital for him i work with those people
for years and made millions of dollars with these people like and i've never said their name because
i'm happy for those guys i i knew they work with people they helped connect me when i first went um
to the the big steppers tour and i was there with dave free watching this shit on the riser
I'm like I don't really dislike Kendrick how people think but so I could give him credit for yo that that that stadium tour
W stadium tour is a W what else is the W um I think every move he's done the timing is impeccable
prior to you would have said no way Kendrick is going to set out the stadium tour uh no way it depends on how
depends on what depends on what depends on what now I'll probably be skeptical but you add sizz
on it like bro we did the math on it this is not hate it out of there okay but i mean let's be real though
kendrick i watched him sell out l a l a crypto crypto for two three days in a row and go 20 miles down
the road to orange county and sell that motherfucker out whack whack respectfully and i know like i've
realized you know just be real bro i think i think some west coast niggas hollied at you
after you said that Drake was in the lead
after like push-ups?
I don't give a fuck they did.
Hold on no.
Okay.
I told them, fuck you.
Because.
Drake's in the lead.
Yo.
Yo.
Drake was in the lead, the first two.
And I told you, if they keep rapping,
Kendrick going out rap them.
Okay.
They called me and said,
watch.
You're one of our voices.
What you say matters,
even if that is,
you can't say that.
Fuck that.
This is fucking.
and rap, battling,
fuck what you're talking about.
Okay, I'm cool with you.
I'm cool with that.
I'm cool with that,
that segment of it, right?
They definitely call me, though.
You're right.
Here's where I realize
you have doubled down
in your West Coastness,
and now you're now starting to be on bias,
because,
wait, hold on,
whack,
I'm going to talk a language that you talk.
You see,
I try,
a big part of my job
is trying to communicate industry things
to fan.
who don't either have, and notice of my fans, hold on.
I know my audience, they're really smart, but, but they're not in the business.
You know this game that I'm about to talk.
Okay.
Kendrick is not of equal or even close by Torin proximity in terms of a touring artist is Drake.
Ticket prices for the same seat in a Kendrick concert, Drake charges two and a half times more.
Drake went on a tour that gained, it gross, $4.3 million every venue.
I went to Kendrick Arena's tour at Barclays.
Drake also did the same venue.
Drake earned two and a half times more money for what the people he brought in for the ticket prices and also whatever.
Now, you could factor in because Drake had a different type of stage orientation, which is a 360 stage.
Kendrick had a 270, which means you couldn't see.
You can have people behind there.
I get all that.
But if you compare Drake and Kendrick Torin-wise,
it's not even close.
It's not even close.
Are you done?
So for you to say that if I was, hold on.
So for you to say if I was skeptical that you could do an arena,
come on.
Go ahead.
Okay.
Before now, before now.
About a shot to Cis.
By the way,
Ciz is a bigger torrent artist and Kendrick.
I simply said.
Hold on, no, no, no.
Wait, wait, no, no, no, no, because I remember that day you called me.
You said, act, would you say about Sizzah?
And you know what?
You're my man.
We talked through it.
Right.
And so here's, so now I got to put it on your table.
Who's a bigger touring artist?
We're going numbers to numbers.
Kendrick or Sissor?
Because, again, we're not talking about who's hotter now.
Who historically has sold more tickets?
You know what?
Historically, I, I would want to have this.
I think Kendrick's been out longer than,
So he got to jump.
Their last tour, the SOS tour versus...
Are you saying historically?
That means everything.
If you're telling me right now...
Yes, Kendrick has toured longer.
Kendrick is toured longer.
Okay.
So that means he would have sold more.
He got to leak.
So now, let me ask you a question.
Historically, when it comes to Kendrick and Cizzer,
Mm-hmm.
Cizzer will outfell Kendrick
on the R&B tip
and Kendrick were outsells
on the rap tip.
That's why they've come together
and they're selling out stadiums.
You see how that works?
Now, if the man wants to go see Kendrick,
he doesn't have to like,
he doesn't have to beg his girl
because she wants to go see scissors.
Whack, whack, whack, whack, hold on.
They came together.
This is a couple's therapy situation.
And it took some rest of,
Coos figures to put it together.
Shout out to Cizabeth from Jersey,
but she's been up under the club
of the West Coast. So at the end of the day,
Kenner's a bigger rap artist,
and Cesar's a big R&B artist.
You bring rap and R&B together.
You got Wack 100 and Rikita Pratch for Jones.
Hey, Wack, I'm not,
I like...
No, my woman's name is R&B, right?
No, no, as I said, I like that little double
entendre.
Hey, see that.
Hey, whack, what I'm not going to let you get off?
But I'm not going to let you get off.
And I know you're not trying to have them West Coast niggas on your back no more.
But I'm going to have you admit this.
We're talking just the number.
Hold on.
Hold on.
Let me just say it.
Admit the fact.
Wait, wait, wait, wait.
Hold on.
Admit the fact.
Drake could be a stadium tour by himself.
Kendrick still needs sizzle.
That's the point I'm trying to say.
By the numbers.
By the way, it was cute.
By the way, hold on, no, no.
Hold on.
It was cute when you said.
Great has never done any tours by myself.
Hold on on on.
Drake did 80.
21.
Sabin saved him.
Future said,
you heard what kid.
21 seven saved Drake?
Yes.
Yes.
And I'm glad you said it just said that.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yo, whack.
Wack, you need to stop it.
You need to stop.
Hey, why.
Oh, my.
Boy saved Drake.
Hey, why.
By the way, just to let you know when you were, you were bragging about Kendrick doing,
oh, he did two dates here.
and went 20 miles there and did a date over there.
Drake did eight dates in New York City.
You know how small that is.
Eight dates.
Eight dates.
So put eight times 18.
He's so...
That's not small, bro.
Huh?
I know how fucking big.
New York City, you can fuck out of here, bro.
So what I'm trying to tell you is that a Yankee Stadium could hold 45, 50,000,
probably 45 with the orientation.
He could have done Yankee Stadium three times instead of doing eight days.
But he didn't do it.
You know why?
Because, hold on.
He gets more money.
He gets more money doing doing.
So do you anticipate seeing Kendrick doing a stadium tour.
Did you anticipate that?
No, I could have saw it down the line because here's the thing.
And shout to my boy, boy Wanda.
I don't usually try a name drop, but I got a shout to him off of this.
He did make a good point.
You say, oh, listen, when you go to a Drake show, it's very intimate.
You're vibing with him.
It's like Drake showed up to your spot,
and he's vibing with you with the biggest records that he's created.
This is how people interact with Drake's music.
When you go to a Kendrick show, and this is coming from me,
when you go to a Kendrick show, you're watching a performance,
a really good performance, but it's a performance.
Like, Drake Show is more intimate.
So an intimate show doesn't connect outside in a stadium,
while if it's just a performance,
look back at Beyonce Renaissance Tour,
it's just a whole performance.
Like, those things work in a stadium.
An arena is the biggest menu for-
You're admitting that Kendrick outperforms Drake.
You said what?
You're admitting that Kendrick outperforms Drake.
I'll go, keep going.
I got you.
You didn't submit it that right.
No.
You said, Kendrick's more of a performer, right?
That's what you said.
His show is, has his show.
You think that Greg is more intimate than Kendrick.
We'll take that.
We'll take that.
Go ahead.
Because he's like an R&B singer.
Okay, all right.
So who sells more tickets?
No one's about.
I would,
Walmart B always shows more than that rat.
Hey, yo, pull at this.
Does it not?
Yo, Drake sells more tickets.
This is facts.
Drake averages.
I'll tell you the numbers.
You could have go.
I'll come to the hunted side if you want.
We can set a date now.
And you could have,
I know you have the exposers,
you have all your soldiers over there.
Y'all could, we could go numbers for numbers.
Drake,
gross per show is more than Siza,
her grows by herself on arena tours,
and Kendrick grows by himself on arena tours.
Put both of them together, they're still on the drink.
And this was crazy, right?
At first you would say that they couldn't sell them out.
Now you see that they can sell them out, right?
How you see they can sell them out?
Now you want to talk about how much ticket selling for.
Because it's supply and demand.
Hey, Beyonce was charging $1,000, um, Taylor Swift.
Hey, it's only, it's only so many people could fit in there.
You got to raise the price at some point.
Yo, if you want to go see Kendrick's tour, if you got $40, you could go see that shit.
$40 won't get you in the parking lot of a drink show at an arena.
Facts.
What you're talking about, bro?
You can't find a $40 tickets at a drink show.
That's a fact.
The only place we're selling $40 tickets at is up there in Canada because we feel sorry for the people.
Stop it.
You're talking about.
Hey, whack.
Dick Hendrick hit you up because I ain't going to lie.
Recently, you've been holding down a lot, man.
Either him or Top Dog hit you.
I know top dog's a guy, you know, like, those are people.
What do you mean?
I've been, bro, what have I lied about?
I haven't, I've been, I've been telling the truth.
Sefty gunplay is whack.
That's not a burst.
That's not a bridge.
That's not a fucking goddamn hook.
That's not nothing.
There's four words.
at the end of the song, and you dropped the album the same day,
didn't want to tell nobody and sold 500 copies.
That's what we've been on.
Wait, I don't fuck with Lefty Gumpet play?
Listen, man, lefty fun play.
Listen, the dude down in Texas.
Wait, somebody hit me up asking if I want to interview him,
and I want to get back cool to West Coast, so, like, I think I'm going to do it.
Hell, that dude ain't nobody.
He's not popping?
Fuck, no.
The dude, so listen, pull up, Lefty Gunplay's album.
November 22nd he sold 500 copies bro.
And he had the Kendrick Lamar Clout.
He dropped on the 22nd.
He dropped on the 22nd.
That's what I like about Kendrick fans, though.
Kendrick fans put it like this.
Kendrick fans only support him.
They're like Barbes.
Like, Nikki Minaj would do 15 collabs with like, you know,
oh, hey, this is my collab with Glorilla or whoever.
Yo, after that one song, they don't fuck with nothing else that artist drop.
They only stick with their guy.
And then you know how I don't like, bro?
Lefty gunplay says he wouldn't want his daughter to date anyone black, anyone aged, anyone white, right?
But here's the problem.
You try to kill a secret career force.
No, here's the problem.
No, that's the fact is what he said.
But here's the problem.
Left come to find out, do our research.
Lefty's dad is white.
So when black asked the question, I don't know why he asked a question, but he asked a question.
Leffey, would you let your daughter date somebody white since your dad is white and your half white?
He said, I only identify with my Hispanic side.
So now, he's just letting us know, I don't know what type of racist this dude is, but he don't even like yourself.
What I do know is he sold five hundred albums.
He ran around told us he had a verse on Kinsomar song.
He had four words, crazy, spooky, scary, hilarious.
That's it.
And they looped it.
And it went off.
And this dude is jumping in joy talking about he got a verse.
Act four words is not a verse.
It's not a bridge.
It's not a hook.
I don't know what it is.
We call it maybe it's to the left to the left.
Can you get a song like that?
Yeah, yeah, it is.
Hey, hold on.
Like, you're trying to, like, you kind of like, get the fuck out of you, right?
No, no, no.
And just save that thought for a second.
To the left, to the left.
Hey, say that thought for a second.
Hey, chat.
Once again, I told you about media.
Complex.
These are all of the places that when you say something about Jay Z, you see, like,
remember I said, you know, I helped build part of Complex in terms of, like, you know,
with everyday struggling with it.
Look, Complex doesn't even report originally, hey, a woman has sued.
him all it says j z slams the lawsuit you never see the original story saying j z is being accused it
they report on his response not the original thing so now think about it chat we have hot new hip hop
hip hop dx bt complex not one of them is saying hey let's see what is being accused of j z just think about this
And again, this is why Diddy never had the power, Jay-Z.
Hold on, I'm not doing what you're at.
Hold on. So, okay, let's get off.
Well, you know, shout out to Taylor Swift,
because she outgross everybody said she wants to talk about
who makes the money on the tours, Taylor Swift.
And, you know, we got to put Drake up there
because Drake's a pop-on-be artist.
I like what you was.
You was, hey, you know, my nigga Drake when it came to the lawsuit.
He's not suing Kendrick.
He's not salty over a rap battle.
He's suing.
Nobody ever said he saw it.
bro, you know what he's doing.
Don't get me started at because you know I know this business.
Okay, all right.
Okay, all right.
The very same.
No, no, no, no.
I would spoke, what, what?
What?
What?
You're going to fuck with me?
I know what you're about to go down the road up?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay.
Yeah.
Put some respect.
Put some respect on this other side day, boy.
you know better and you know he's looking crazy.
No, no, no.
It's something by him looking crazy.
It's like this definitely a move to shake up the industry.
Nah, they're just trying to buy off all the stock, bro.
That's it.
Hey, by the minute, I have a prediction.
I don't know if you want to make a bet on that.
You heard that play right, why are you getting away from it?
Did they tell you not to talk about it?
What's about what?
About them driving the stock, the UMG stock down saying comes scoobble.
put up, then he dropped the loss.
No, no.
Oh, by the way, I don't a lot of you.
Hey, Wack, I keep telling you,
to me, you're like a top five media personality.
That wasn't a brilliant take.
Like, that might be...
You see, you look at the industry
very different than anyone else.
And when I heard that take,
I was walking around.
I was actually, like,
mopping my marble floor
because my dog shitted on it.
But when I was doing that and I was listening to you,
I said, fuck!
I should have had that take.
That's a take I get and I was like whack is good for that that was a good take I like that take
That's a good take I'm gonna be honest and I wouldn't bet you against that take
I wouldn't bet you that's a good take
You bet not bet me you bet not
Kela Kela
Even though like listen you know you want to hear my prediction here's my prediction for that
My predictions is that Drake never files a lawsuit
This petition is part of his him trying to flex leverage or whatever
with Universal.
He's not leaving.
He ain't going nowhere.
But he has to show them,
hey, I'm down to try to drop a dynamite
and run out the room.
And I think they're going to come to a deal.
We'll forget this and whatever.
For one, you know why they don't want to give him $600 million, right?
You know why, right?
Because who he was number one at when they gave him the $4,400,
and the numbers he was doing back then,
he's not doing those same numbers today.
Oh, all right.
Yeah, he's number one.
That's another.
Wait a little.
That's another point you made.
I was,
listen,
y'all listen to every rap media
from like the big guys,
you,
like, you know,
Adam,
Vlad,
um,
Charlamate,
like,
oh,
everybody who matters.
And I ain't going to a lot of you.
When you said that too,
I was a little bit envious
because I was like,
that's an act take.
A act would get down into the nitty-gritty.
Because you said something
that I agree with so much,
even though,
it goes against what people are going to think my
allegiances are, you are right.
You know, you have
inflation, so a dollar
a dollar back then and a dollar
now. No.
Yo, put it like this. Right now,
$400,000
is really $600,000.
Right? So,
so I agreed with that
take care. Yeah, they
came. Like, yo, bro,
I hear what you say. And
we don't know what it's going to be
three, four, you know.
years from now.
It's going to drop.
Yida, you're still number one,
but you're number one at the same number one
that a guy was number 18 at.
Hey.
Back in.
Hey, I have a bigger theory that I think
Drake is going to think back at.
So,
Drake is one of the biggest artists.
He's really the number one artist that pushed streaming
when it first came out.
He took the exclusive deal with Apple.
He was the biggest streaming artist.
And he pushed it before Taylor eventually got down with.
Taylor is the biggest period.
And I think he's going to realize over time,
yo, maybe he deserved more than just them giving him $50 million or $80 million.
Whatever the money they gave him,
he should have got some percentage because put it like this,
this industry now is billions of dollars.
And you're not going to stay hot forever.
So to help build Apple company in terms of streaming, he took $20 million to put his album over there.
You know what he should have said?
Give me $5 million.
Was this give me a percentage in terms of some preferred stock?
You know, obviously Apple music goes on the Apple.
But give me, I want to own shit.
Like, oh, Spotify, I'll do some shit.
Just like how y'all gave the music companies a little bit of ownership.
Yeah, you can give me, even if it's 1%.
Give me 1% of that shit.
Yeah, but he tried to do that.
He's trying to do that with UMG now.
He wants ownership.
Yeah, but here's the thing.
You got to do it when you're at the peak.
You got to do it at the maximum time when they need you.
I think right now they look at them like,
Nick, you got to be kidding me, right?
Did you not hear not like us and whatever, whatever?
Like, I think that's what they're saying to him.
And he's like, nigga, what do you mean?
Like, I built all this shit.
And they're like, yeah, but it's already built.
We don't need you.
We don't need you.
That's a fact.
A lot of artists do that.
It's like, and I hate to compare it to my guy, but Joe Button,
Joe Button built the Spotify podcast atmosphere that when they gave Joe Rogan reportedly 250 million,
and Joe said, yo, what the fuck?
I need pieces for me building this.
They said, well, you should have knew what you were building.
You should have asked for it back then.
It's already built, my fucker.
I'm going to be real.
I think Frank's power move right now.
His power move, which he keep me in the real,
is he can do what Yeh did, just do it in a better way,
is to just straight drive all his fans to his own platform
and take those numbers from the other platform,
then they'll come begging him to come back.
I mean, I would love if Drake goes independent.
But here's the thing, though.
I think Drake lives a life that is not an independent life.
You know what an independent life is to me?
The independent life is Kanye begging CEO of Disney,
Elon Musk and people for a loan because he say he's in debt.
Then the next year he's a billionaire.
Like, when you're independent, you're playing with your own money.
You're putting that up.
You might lose it.
You don't know.
The life that Drake lives is I'm rapping about $600 or $400 million I already got.
I'm not gambling with my own money.
I get $400 million and I'm buying.
But it doesn't take him nothing to do a project.
Bro, he can go fucking create his own platform right now.
I do this out right there, drive it all there on the subscription base.
Keep it all and pull all the numbers that was going to Spotify and these other platforms.
Extreme Drake,
put him right there where he's at.
Hey,
well,
we're going to see just
what type of artist Drake is.
So I had a conversation
two years ago with,
you know,
Carl Cherry,
if you guys don't know,
he's a guy who is the curator,
the official head of Spotify playlist.
Spotify Urban.
Yeah,
and he's a guy
who makes these playlists
that all these artists compete over.
And I argue with him.
I say,
y'all wouldn't playless,
Drake,
if he wasn't
on Universal and this is two years ago
I had this conversation you know what he said
he said act trust me
people want Drake
remember granted it's two years ago but it said people
want Drake even if Drake wasn't
on universal we still
have to put him on
they were playlist because the man is there
exactly like I'm
telling you if he's smart
if he's smart
bro
he'll do a couple things
two things
right one the move i just said two
keep that top five dude away for me
wait why you ain't on top five
he got to keep him away from him bro he's bad for him he's trying to destroy
he gonna have him miss some shit you ain't been paying attention bro you ain't been
paying attention to what's been saying
you ain't been paying attention you've been paying attention to that
that that case down there that appeal that's going on
what appeal paying attention what these attorneys are saying
No, no, film in.
I know the exposure.
The exxian dude, that triple X do.
Right?
You're not seeing what they're saying?
You're not seeing.
Yeah, but that's bullshit, right?
No, no, no.
It's like me saying, it's like me saying online.
Wax my shooter.
And then something comes out and they said, well, you know, no.
This dude, this dude is saying shit.
Drake ain't saying shit.
He's saying shit.
Right?
He's saying shit.
And I just personally had to look out for Drake
And he don't even know it
Because it is bozo
Saying shit, doing shit,
up in shit,
visual shit, flashing shit,
Drake did this shit,
gave me this shit
And whoop, wop, wop, wamp shit.
I've been controlling the situation.
OVO 40,
but to stop playing with them people
because I've been controlling the situation.
And for what I'm hearing down there...
Wait, OVO 40.
Listen, for what I've been hearing down there,
and what's going on over here
if I sent you some shit at
you will stop fucking with top five
Drake need to get the fuck away from dude
dude is a ticking time bomb bro
he's gonna have Drake fucked up
in a bad situation
my word to you
and if I tell you I got the content
I got the matter of fact
my woman my woman had to
fucking had to get it
get control
and have her lock it down
also on this shit to where if it even moves, we'll know.
Oh, my God.
Yo, dude, dude is a dummy.
And Drake's a bigger dummy if he keeps fucking with dude
because he knows what he's doing.
Whack, I think you're switching up on Drake.
I got to get you and Drake on a call.
I ain't got nothing to do with Drake.
No, this is the hell, Drake.
I fuck with Drake.
I ain't got nothing against Drake.
Drake, I know Drake.
Yo, whack.
Whack.
Let's meet you,
Drake, go to the Beverly Hotel, you know,
you know, just have a national...
That's cool.
I need to press play for him anyway.
He needs to see.
I will show him why he needs to get rid of his do.
All right.
Act, what do you know about me?
Yeah.
If I tell you,
matter of fact.
Oh, yo, whack.
Hold on, hold on, hold on.
You want me to see you from the year.
No, no, no, no.
What I want, what I want you to speak on
is this Jay-Z shit
and if it's a 13-year-old
do you think the feds start
because according to what did he said
you definitely look you think the police
is going to look and be like wait wait hold on
could we get another nigga in this
by the way remember it's a Rico too
so if
if the Rico could say this is an organization
where him and his comrades
or him and people in the industry
that knew and, you know, they all supported financially
was probably backing,
and they were fucking 13-year-old?
You never know.
Do you think that Jay-Z has to worry about anything criminal?
I think that, I hate to say it,
I think the fans is playing chess.
I think, I don't know if you caught it,
that attorney said they were communicating with the fans,
and I think they're poking over there
because they got something on this side of it.
I don't know what's on them tapes.
Straight up, bro.
That dude said we are indefinitely in communication
with the federal government.
He said that.
I forgot that.
Remember, he said that, bro.
So these dudes will be like,
okay, you guys press that way, get that going,
and see what comes to that,
then we'll move this way.
I'm not I'm not eliminating that bro
Now I think I have the same thought that many
And hip hop have like even though we watch what happened to Sean Diddy Combs
I'm still gonna keep the opinion of
Okay, Diddy's one thing
Y Y'all niggas can't fuck with Jay Z that's Jigman
That that is that that's the guy you know I mean like that's the guy who
When niggins started kneeling in football they brought him in and they got
stood up. You know what I'm saying? I can't see it to get that far. And by the way, did you
read? So, so I don't know if you didn't read, I'll read it to you. Did you read his personal,
like, note? Yo, he's kind of, we don't know, bro. Nothing on that says is from him.
They just mentioned the attorney's name. We don't know who that's from. Wait. He hasn't claimed
it, bro. Oh, yeah, you're right, because when drinking, we're just getting on a hundred time, bro. You're right.
And Drake dropped it this song, and he ain't claiming me.
You're right.
You're damn right.
Yeah, my man, my man uptown on Philly,
on the Hunter side, just pointed that out.
He said, what?
Nothing about this identifies this came from Jay Z.
No signature is no, where it came from.
There's no cover.
Nothing is just.
And it's not tweeted from his account.
Oh.
Yeah, brother.
See, look, see, I check this out, man.
We salute you and your chat over here.
You know what I'm saying?
But, you know, we do our thing over there as well.
Hey, hey, hey, whack, whack, whack.
You know I'm tapped in.
Every morning while I'm doing my dogs
and I'm doing my little errands in the morning,
of course, I'm listening to the hundred sound
to listen to whack 100.
Y'all give a different perspective.
And sometimes y'all say a couple of things
that I say, oh, I never thought about that.
Let me go dig into that angle.
Hey, hey, still sharp and still.
Like, don't get it fucked up and twisted.
Still 100%.
I was going to get on the plane.
Like, I was good, I was like, do I think I got to go out here?
Me and my brother got to have a fight.
Oh, no.
Well, I could have been on the streetway when I worked for full time, bro.
Okay, all right, chat.
Y'all are you going to tell you what happened.
First of all, if anybody knows me, I'm a little bit antisocial sometimes.
Like, every now and then, it might take me a while to respond to it.
And it's not because I'm busy, just because, like, you know, like, I just don't, sometimes I don't contact anybody.
Anyway, like just on text.
Now, I would have, when I texted you back, because I was on the phone, I don't know if I could say that person.
You was with Tor.
You was with Tor.
Okay.
I was talking to you.
Yeah, I was with Tori.
And I said I was going to call you back.
Now I ain't going to lie.
It was a long conversation.
But still, I should have and could have called you back.
And-
that act a week before I sent you, listen, this what I know something's going on.
Okay.
Here we go.
I
By the way,
chat,
you're hearing two brothers talk.
You're hearing two brothers talk.
I had loose cannon.
Yeah.
And my right-hand,
man,
Baby Cuban Robb
do a song and video.
You do a song and video
called Big Flex.
Okay.
I said to you,
I said,
brother,
can you put this up?
It's my right hand.
This is loose.
Baby Cuban Rob is my right hand.
That's the one you always see,
Rob.
No respond.
No respond.
I never.
Just get a normal one.
Wait, hold on.
If that's all you...
November 19th.
Wait, wait, hold on.
If that's all you want it up, that that would be easy.
No, no.
November 19th.
And then November 21st, you said,
I'll call you back at a few.
Okay, every day I'm checking in.
Now I'm getting worried now,
because this ain't like you.
I'm like, this ain't like you.
All right?
Wait, hold on.
Hey, hold on, chat.
Am I fake at that point?
Why make me kind of look away right now?
It's all the good, go, go, go, go, go.
It's the truth.
Bro, listen.
You notice, before I get mad, I get concerned.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
But now I'm thinking, I'm like, what the fuck is going on, bro?
I'm thinking you got some shit going on that you focus and all, right?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I'm thinking something bothering you.
Right?
What the fuck on?
I think it cut out for a second.
So I hear you that.
Yo, Wack did mention something interesting.
Jayze's Instagram.
did not post it.
Oh, goddamn artist called me 10 times.
I just sent him to Miami.
I said, let me ask.
I hope they ain't getting fucking stuck up over there.
Some shit.
You know, I just did that deal with the E.K.E. guy.
And him and Truca, I got a big song.
I called Ghetto.
That motherfucker was 200% a day going up, like crazy.
So I just did a single deal with him on one side,
and I tied him to a big label on the right on the other side
to do all the things.
development and put them to come together and work to single together.
So something that never usually happened.
You know, new artists get signed to be on the pitch nine months.
Yeah.
But nevertheless, yeah, I was more concerned because I know act, you be dealing with shit, bro.
Like people don't know you deal with outside of your business.
No, that's true.
You got motherfuckers always coming with some bullshit.
You got some bullshit over there.
And the problem you have, which is not a problem, is you're not a fucking pushover or a punk or extortion case.
so you don't be fucking feeding the threats.
Wack, one thing I like about you is that I think you understand me a little bit.
Anytime like stuff is happening and I'm like left right and it's like a lot,
like me, I get real closed off almost to everybody.
I know that.
You know that.
The only thing I felt bad, you know, the only thing I felt bad is when you thought I'm mad at you.
Because I'm not mad at you.
No, no, here's the thing.
So now I'm like, okay.
now I go into Big Brother
Big Brother mode, okay, let me see what's
with my brother, see if some shit I can
help him with... Wax's trying to
figure out if he got knocked somebody's head off of me
or if he got to get some of this.
What's going to be?
Something's going to wrong, right?
It could just be some regular shit or whatever
or when you get in his mode
you're trying to create and develop
some new shit. So,
you know, so they hit me immediately.
They say, Wack,
I said he's about to call you
Fuck that I'm calling him first
You know the chat
Your chat is crazy
My chat
Everybody been tuned in
But first of all
I told you that I kind of
I'll do
I also owe you a
Huntingside appearance
Because the last time you came on here
You kicked it with us for like three hours
And you gave us so much content
I got to go to the Hunterside
And you know
I've also I got a shout to the hunter's side a lot you know I got to shout it out because
what I have now done and you notice in terms of expertise is that we're going to get to the
documents we're going to get to the paperwork we're going to get to the nitty gritty we're going to
get to the facts if you mention paperwork you got to mention whacking the hunter's side because they get
to it too so that's a synergy where I'm like all right I know y'all y'all like to deal with paperwork and
And I'm somebody who I've realized, well, my name academics, I've always been the news guy.
What could I give people other than, like, I talk shit and you talk shit.
Like, we both talk shit pretty good.
But it's like, I want to give you the shit that you're not going to go see on these other websites that's not reporting what we...
That's real.
We dig it in on Alex Alonzo now.
Who's that?
Alex Alonzo.
Who's that?
Yeah, dude.
Street TV, dude.
You be running around, you know, with the anti-11.
gang bank shit come to find out he was a gang member we found his mug shots and all that
then he took out a job with the d-a so we're digging in that now then we had the other dude
uh dunky wilde who hit me wanted to come on the show we let him on the 100 live show on youtube
he said he wanted to expose rollo right yeah so i let him on rallo the rapist from aladdin right
he said he did 70 years raltoll him so i let him on i let him come on there i let him do a stand for 45
minutes, then I asked him, could I read him some?
He's like, cool. So I read him four pages of his
proper, Teller Don't Rollo.
He didn't know I had his paperwork on.
Yo, Wack, you need Jesus, man.
You need Jesus.
Yo, listen, don't we all?
You know what I said? I already found heaven.
You all said, it's a couple of R&B.
Other than that, I'm just floating, man.
Wait, hold on, hold on. Real quick,
Meek Mill has jumped in the conversation.
I don't know why, bro. He needs to sit down.
and bro, he says,
every,
all you got to do is mention it 300 times
and it's going to be everywhere.
Well, let me ask you a question.
Does this put Meat Mill in like a,
I hate to say it.
And I know you don't like the pause thing,
but I got to pause it.
It's like a tough position because
these are the people he's been really heavily associated with him.
He's associated with it.
Right?
So like, you know, him and Jay-Z
and, you know, at a point,
he was almost kind of like purporting as like,
the black guy being mentored by Jay-Z.
Dream Chaser Records was over at Rock Nation at first, right?
He was being managed by Rock Nation, right?
He was getting his boy toy.
Now he just started saying no ditty all of a sudden.
And now I think what he's doing is he's short,
hey, I'm going to speak up for you,
but I don't think Jay-Z wants him to speak up for him.
Hey, if I'm Jay-Z, I don't want Meat Mill saying anything.
I'm gonna say some dumb shit.
Because, you're gonna say some dumb.
You know, it's, listen, me thinks he's you.
I'm gonna tell you what.
If you knew somebody for, I'm making it some,
I don't know how long they knew each other,
but if you knew somebody for 15 years
and you felt like you had a good,
like a good, a good, like, you know,
grasp on what they into, what they do.
When the internet comes up with some shit,
you don't just switch up your whole stance and say,
hey, I'm no ditty gang.
You know what I'm saying?
and really he did that all because they called him gay.
Right down from Jay-Z, this is the first lawsuit.
By the way, that lawyer who filed it,
he said there was another,
there's another person that he represents as accused in Jay.
We haven't seen that lawsuit yet, right?
So if I'm Jay-Z, I'm like, yo, yeah, right now,
because I read what he tweeted,
he says the wrap-up smear.
And then he says the goal is to start false narrative to create a Matrix web.
If you can control the storyline, you can control the Matrix.
American media is totally unbelievable.
I see Jay-Z raping a 13-year-old 300-time scrolling.
It's called programming.
Okay, I'm not knocking him saying that.
The problem is that if once niggins start clowning meek saying,
you know you used to be at them ditty, I mean, them J.C.
As soon as they start clowning from,
for me to the Jay Z brunch, he going to have a video saying,
you, I'm no JZ gang, too.
You don't want nobody to be defending you
that if they get bullied by people,
they're going to then throw you under the bus.
Because when I heard him say, I'm no Diddy Gang,
I never met Diddy a day in my life.
The nigger who was kicking it, partying with Diddy's saying he's no Diddy, gang.
It makes me feel like Diddy did this shit.
That's crazy. Yeah, that's crazy, bro.
That's crazy.
And he knows that he was Giddy, sweetheart.
He knows he was getting a boy, toy, boy, toy.
He knows he's to be in a swimming pool kicking his legs, but Diddy was calling, you know, what he was calling.
I think he was throwing out that behind.
He was throwing out that booty.
This shit was probably on fire.
Diddy took a honey pack, a little rhino, took one of them enhancement pills, did his thing.
And then he got to throw it out.
It's like, you know, you ever had chicken in the front?
freezer and you're trying to go like cooking you got to throw that bitch out that landlord said he said the sheets was bloody when they left yeah that's crazy
what he said bro that that that was crazy that's what he said bro that's that's one of those things that's that's one of the things with me that i don't get like for example right
we all saw that clip with ditty and fabulous fabulous is just quiet he's not like selectively speaking he's just quiet
so we don't know what he thinks right
Meek will try, like, he cares so much about the internet.
He'll come on.
I don't want to do this.
I don't want to do this.
I'm going to do this.
Listen.
The dude's been telling us who he is from the beginning.
Okay?
The definition of meek, quiet, gentle, and easily imposed on.
So listen.
Like, bro, he's telling us who he is.
Diddy, put the ditty on him.
And there it is, bro.
And you like, that's what it is.
Every time he folds under pressure,
come on, baby, come on, big daddy.
Come on over here.
Come on, baby, boy.
You deserve it.
It's just me and you.
You deserve it.
Come on, you need to experience it.
How you think I got where I was at?
There it go.
Gentle, easily imposed on,
and then submit, and then pop goes to weasel.
They go to bloody sheets,
and the motherfucking landlord's making a report.
I think, Jay, right now,
wherever he's at and by the way they listed the lawyer listed is 200 million
like chat i'm not going to show it even though y'all can just google it and find the address but
the address that they're saying that they're they're they're trying to serve is his 200 million
house in malibu the one that overlooks like the either the ocean or some shit and it was worth 200
million dollars i don't know if he stays we don't know where he stays if i'm j z right now if you're jz
you have all these resources you're connected to jack dorsey the guy who you know um and by the way
i'm gonna be honest with you i think drake right here drake right now is probably cracking a smile
even though i think nobody should crack a smile you know why well it took this this story took the
light off him well but here's the thing the reason i think nobody should crack a smile
after they come for j z who they won't come for next this isn't this isn't about certain type of
individuals this is about power and money
I don't know.
Drake is on that line.
You don't think Drake on the line?
Man, Drake, listen,
Drake may fuck with a chick 20.
He may fuck with a chick 19.
But Drake ain't fucking around
with no underage.
No, not like that.
No, not like that.
No, no, I'm not saying that.
And by the way, I don't know if Jay Z did that.
Do you think Jay Z fucked that 13-year-old, be honest?
That's it.
I think it's some tools to the Foxy Brown shit.
So you think Jayze was,
Well, hold on, but do you, and chat, I'm not trying to make this no better or nothing,
because I know sometimes you'll be thinking I'm defending.
Maybe he's 19 or 18 and maybe she's six.
I don't know.
I thought, nah.
So you think Jay-Z might have been over 25 fucking like 60?
No, I don't know.
Oh.
Okay.
Okay.
Foxy, Jay's what, 10 years older than Foxy?
All right, let's look it up, Chair.
Foxy, what, 46, Jay-Z-54, so eight years?
And by the way, he's about 24.
Yeah, Foxy is 45.
Yeah, she's 50, 46. Yeah, she's 10 years younger than.
Yeah, so, you know, he was about 24, 25.
Okay, let me ask you the question.
That ain't right.
No, I'm not saying it's right.
Do you think it was the culture where maybe...
No, no, no, no.
Hold on, maybe rappers at that point,
they didn't give a fuck
as long as a girl
no maybe they weren't asking
for age as long as the girl got some big tities
in a decent ass
they were fucking
not but that don't make it right bro
no no I'm not saying make it right but
you think it was a cultural problem
because I think it was a cultural problem
she had to go to school
bro at some point in time
he had to know that she was 15
because he was 15 before
hurt. And there's some things
about a 15 year old that is not
going to change.
Hey, let me ask
this question. If you could knock something down
15 and 25
Hey,
whack, let me ask you this question.
Do you think
for a second
that
Drake, because let me tell you this,
I think this is me personally.
I didn't ask Drake about this, so
just know this is from me.
I think Drake personally realizes that after the Kendrick thing happened,
yeah, you could get at,
you could blame Kendrick or you could just be mad at Kendrick,
but who's put him in the position to be at the Super Bowl is Jay.
You know him and Jay been having some shit.
You remember what he put up after he played the song.
So he did the song in the club and he played,
he said, yo, you got niggis hating all you.
You were saying people like whatever.
He says, sometimes you realize in this world,
all you got is yourself and he dropped the Beyonce song
Me Myself and I right
That was a song he dropped
Then he later posted on his Instagram
He posted the picture of Salonj in the car
After she gave Jay-Z a 42 punch combination
Out of Tech and 4
Do you think that
Drake
May have had any hand
in this coming down.
Nah,
you're talking about
nah,
nah,
that's putting Drake.
That's putting Drake
in a realm that I don't think
he's there.
He's a big artist.
He got a lot of influence.
He got a lot of big audience.
Yeah,
but he got to play in the game
that Jay Z's playing in.
Jay Z is doing a proxy attack on him.
Jay Z don't fuck with Drake
and he's not going to do nothing himself.
He puts Drake biggest op
at this moment to perform
at the Super Bowl.
knowing what he going to perform.
Drake, why would Drake post up Solange?
Why would Drake play me, myself, and I by Beyonce?
That's clearly setting a shot towards Jay.
Everybody said, your Instagram shit ain't going to work.
Maybe he knew something else.
Fuck my Instagram shit.
Wait till y'all see this lawsuit.
That's still like going to stop the Kendrick situation.
No, no, no, no, definitely not.
Definitely not.
But Drake is a petty digger, and he always,
always wants to return the shot also you know what I wanted to ask you I forgot early I
ask you now do you what do you think about what do you think Drake feels any way
about the salons thing I haven't asked them because the last time I told you when the
salons thing happened you called me it was two people I mean other people were
calling but I don't go a fuck about them two people call me and I said you know
what salons you know that's not my intention and I really backed off of it and the
influential people, I talk to Wack 100, and I talk to Drake.
And I said, and both of y'all, like, you, you asked me too, you're like,
yo, so what's this thing with you and Sizer?
And I was just like, yeah, it's not that big, but I explained it to you.
And, you know, for anybody who ever asked, Wax my brother,
whack don't call me and be like, yo, nephew, you got to do this or I'm a puncher.
No, he wants to understand the side.
And also, he's with you to, even if you say,
no, I really feel this way about it.
He's not going to just try to bitch you.
Like, he's a really good guy.
So anyway, I talked to you about it and you're saying,
well, well, you know how she is and you know how, you know how that comes across.
And we talked about it and I said,
whack, I don't give that much of a fuck up about it.
But yeah, in that moment, I was trying to go crazy.
And I talked to Drake.
and both of y'all i kind of gave the gave the word to it i said you know what it's not that
serious or whatever and i appreciated that whoever scissors is cool with they had a line to you
who is someone who i respect and i knew you and you knew you could get me on a phone to have that
convoy to try to de-escalate something i appreciate you for that and i appreciate drake for that
So, here's the thing, though,
Siza is co-headlining on Kendrick's tour.
Should Drake feel away?
Be honest.
I'm going to tell you why.
Cizzer signed to who?
T.E.
But he's not on TDE no more.
You're on P.G. Lane.
No, but that's still family.
You know that, bro.
I just like saying Drake's not on fucking young money.
If Wayne wanted to do a play and say,
yo, bro, let's fucking go, fucking do something.
whatever, right?
And he's straight OVO.
He's not young money, cash money no more, right?
They're going to come, that's going to happen.
It's still, it's like Drake will never walk from under that umbrella.
Not to say he needs it, but that's always a home for him,
as is TDE is for Kendrick.
You know what I'm saying?
You've seen when the whole shit kicked off,
Most people would have thought
Top Dogg, he ain't fucking with that.
Kendrick went and did whatever he did
and got his own deal.
You've seen Top Dog there front and center.
He gave his presence of the videos.
His president was at the pop out to a show
or whatever.
You know what I'm saying? That's family.
Monefokers go through shit.
But when it's time for somebody to be there for you
is no hesitation.
So, you know, Drake is smart.
You understand Cizzer is TDE.
I understand.
Hendrick, it will always be TD.
Right?
So, no, I don't think he should feel it in top of a way.
Plus, it says, we don't mix her in the no bullshit.
No, you're right, but polite this.
We're still, like, this is one thing I hate for both artists.
Like, for example, I got a lot.
I had a good time during the battle.
I like rap battles.
I love beef.
I like when people kind of get into it.
It gets more attention.
I like all that.
But at this point, it's over to me, right?
And, you know, I don't, you know, I don't foresee any violence.
I don't, I don't think there'll be no violence.
It was never that.
I told you that.
No, you're right.
But here's a thing.
Both artist's names are so interconnected that anything Kendrick does, like, for example, right?
If I give Kendrick credit for having a stadium tour, they feel like I'm down in Drake.
Like, oh, shit, you're giving Kendrick credit.
That means, but, you know, Drake never.
did the stadium tour is like
they're two different artists
and what's happened is that
everything Kendrick is doing
looks bad on Drake
and anything Drake does look bad on
Kendrick so that's why they're going to look
at Sism and be like well
you're kind of in this now
right? You don't think so?
Man listen
nah nah that's Sizant
you can't do that you can't just factor
everybody into some shit because
you have a situation
going on with a person.
You can't do that, bro.
You know what I'm saying?
You just can't do that.
Because it's like now,
nobody can do business
for certain people
when that business
doesn't have anything to do
with your issue with that person.
You know what I'm saying?
I didn't call to cuss you out
about Snoopy Badass being on your show.
I knew Flacco
brought him up there, right?
Yeah.
And also, also,
I think you know
because it's different
though it's very different because you're much you're much more relevant this snoopy badass so you know
if if you're not there like if you were there like the views and everything would be different
so you don't care but imagine if it was someone just as popular as you right like i don't know
like i don't think you'd beef with um like imagine you and charleston white was all the way into it
and all he had to talk about was just only you and then i bring him on to only talk to only talk
talk about you. You'd probably
be like, your nephew, you can
talk. We know it's one, listen,
if they do it, first of all,
Ciz's going to do her set
Kendrick's doing.
Kendrick's headlining. Is that what it is?
Well,
we don't know, I don't know.
Sometimes when it's a co-headliner thing,
so they might
choose what dates
what markets. Yeah, yeah. Like, for example,
I could imagine she comes to Jersey.
Maybe she, she closed.
You know?
Definitely.
You know, I hope Drake doesn't go buy the whole stadium,
so it looks like it's sold out, nobody's there.
I won't be honest.
I think that would look white.
I'm going to be honest with you.
Okay.
Because you know what I would do?
You know what I would do?
No, I got to be honest.
I think that would be just lame.
You know, because if I'm Kendrick's team,
I'm still going to get the W by just posting our ticket master numbers.
that we sold out.
So it don't matter who showed up.
So thank you, Bozo.
I would actually even categorize it.
Thank you, Bozo.
You spent a million dollars
in all the floor seats.
You gave us...
And the fans, I hate them.
The fans that really wanted to go
that couldn't because it's fake sold out
would hate him.
Now, you shouldn't do that.
The only thing he would have to do,
obviously I don't want us to happen.
And I don't think it's possible
is if, like, some crazy lunatic
in Toronto tried Kendrick,
but it's the stadium show like you know they're going to be so many cops around that stage there's
going to be so many um security personnel around that stage is like unless you're having like a mass
stampede or like 300 people like nothing's going to happen again it no i don't think nothing's going to
happen at all yeah if i'm drake i don't look at those shows and think i have to prove nothing
yo this guy's doing a show it happens to be in your city he's selling out the rogers center
I think Drake's motive has to be, let's disconnect my career from this guy.
Because they keep everything you do, like, for example, and that's what I say, even Drake's wrong in some of this stuff.
Yo, the same day Kendrick's performing at the Super Bowl is the first day of your tour in Australia.
Like, come on, bro.
Like, come on.
Like, they're going to compare you.
Like, you're a big artist already.
You know, if it was you and push a T,
Like maybe people wouldn't give a fuck
Because people don't care about
Push your T that much
But I think you help Kendrick
When you file a lawsuit that you can't file
Oh he definitely
Booshaded probably
Another 70,000 sales bro
Definitely
Yeah you're giving the guy set
Like you're playing into
And I ain't going to allow to you
This is why I say
People like Kendrick is smart
I said this about Dirk
6 9 is you know 6 9
We both know how cerebrally
he is. Six-nine I went at Dirk. Dirk entertained him, entertain him until he got the Drake record. Once
the Drake record came, he never entertained him again. He basically used it for the attention. He did the
same thing with Young Boy. Dirk is really smart with that. I see Kendrick, yo, Kendrick has one of
the smartest teams. I haven't gone out of you. Whatever they're doing, and that's what I'm saying.
For anybody who claim I don't like Kendrick, I'm telling you, no one's pulling better moves than a
nigga. Everything he's doing is so well calculated.
You almost have to be like, Jesus Christ, how do you compete
with a nigga like this? I mean, at the end of the day, bro,
um, Kendrick is unpredictable. And I think
that's his advantage over Drake. You can read everybody else.
It's hard to read Kendrick. You know what I'm saying?
You don't like this. Like, he can just been quiet. He's just
been doing his losing. You know what I'm saying?
Everybody got all. He's still,
It still looks like Drake is in the uproar over some shit,
and Kendrick getting dropped the whole motherfucking album.
Drake ain't did shit.
Drake, he released like a bunch of content, whatever he did.
We don't know what that was about, but he did or whatever.
But it's like, we need Drake to get back to being fucking Drake.
Get back to doing Drake.
Do Drake.
Because right now, it's going to look crazy.
You know it.
Hey
Do Drake
Drake
Drake is still the biggest
treatment artist
He's still
extremely relevant
He's still on top
He's looking down
Too much bro
You had a battle
You took an L
in that battle
Right
You still generate a bunch of money
With your songs
Like bro, keep moving
Yeah, 100%.
I definitely believe
Drake's going to be all right.
I don't think he's pulling the exact best moves
with the timing.
But, you know,
I mean, he should realize
his demand is still,
bro, he just went to sell tickets in Australia
and 300,000 people try to buy one.
You know, they had to add more concerts.
He's good.
The thing is,
this battle is over.
We're moving on to other shit.
But I do think
that it's going to get complicated
because even though they're going to still
call it the battle, it's the
human universal shit.
How do you get past that?
Yeah, that's...
And bro, it's got to look like he's a whistleblower, bro.
You know what I...
The shit ain't looking right, bro.
Yeah, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, put like this.
I call fuck down to Flex.
I'm like, yo, bro, what the fuck are you doing, bro?
Were you okay over there?
Yeah, yeah.
We talk for damn the hour, bro.
Flex, wow.
He's happy Drake's doing what he's doing.
Yeah.
Again, I think, I think Dricks bluffing.
I think he's playing the game of chicken.
Because here's the thing.
In the history of covering lawsuits,
like, even think with the Diddy shit,
ain't no chick filing a petition.
They just file a lawsuit.
Ain't nobody say, hey, let's file a petition to get,
um, Diti to give us the surveillance tape.
No, they just file the law.
lawsuit. Why the hell is Drake filed two petitions?
To file a lawsuit? But I don't think he wants to sue them.
I think he wants to threaten the lawsuit to be able to
close a deal and he's gonna sign there. Like,
again, nothing has told me from. Yeah, but did you see the shit he put in there, bro?
He went a little too far, bro.
All that could be water under the loop.
He was P-word. He used Peola.
That's not to work.
Definitely not to work.
That's bad shit, bro.
Yeah, but he had to show them how far it could go.
I don't think he...
Listen, let me say this.
You have to realize...
Let me ask you this question.
Do you think that if you're universal,
this guy is threatening to sue you?
Would you put out a project by him?
Yes, and all?
Because...
Yeah.
No, I wouldn't.
I definitely, because if I wouldn't,
if I don't, I'm on the contract.
He's going to sue me anymore.
No, no, hold on.
Again, if you could push it back and remember, when you push music back,
it hurts the artist's career because they're losing momentum.
I'm not putting it out because I don't want you to then claim that anything to do with this
is part of the lawsuit and you add it to it.
Like, once you file a lawsuit versus these companies, they start backing up from you
and they start isolating you, right?
Again, they're very aware of lawsuits.
So I think that Drake is not going to have music out until that's why people were like,
oh, this party album, that part of the album is a dub to me.
That's not coming out.
If it's going to come out, it's not coming out before March.
Unless Drake.
Nah, bro, you can't wait that long.
Why would they put that shit out?
Hold on a moment.
Why would they put it out knowing that if he's, if Drake is claiming,
y'all spiced up um
y'all spiced up not like us
they should put his shit out
straight up direct
yo they they're gonna
without the tools
no they're gonna and let him see who he really is
no they're gonna be thinking well
if he might then claim
that our us putting out his music
we're now suppressing it
so again no
no not suppressing he needs to see who he really is
without what you're saying without him tweaking it
no i get what you're saying but polite this universal will never admit that
they're they're doing anything that he's claiming they do what i'm saying is that
why put out the artist's music when if they're thinking about suing you
they might then sue you for the current project if they feel
like you didn't sell enough and say,
yo,
you suppressed us,
and then now you basically gave them more stuff
to go talking court about.
This is an impasse.
They're going to look at Drake to say,
hey, listen, do you want to drop music?
You withdraw those petitions
and we could go forward.
Here's the money we're going to give you.
I personally think
in the next 90 days,
We're going to get to a resolution in this.
Because I don't think Drake is going to bucket no motherfucking universal.
Because here's the thing.
So we have a hearing.
We're going to hear some.
I think we're going to hear some big news.
Drake could prove me wrong, but I don't think Drake ready to bucket the establishment.
He ain't never show me that.
He ain't never show me that.
So to me, this is just negotiating to him.
You hear?
Well, you could be right.
You could be right.
I don't doubt that.
but look at it like this
there's no way
the next project
they drop on him
I think the numbers are going to be a little
different
well well
here's the thing about that too right
here's what I'm saying that
you get what I'm telling you
the numbers are going to be a little different
brother because now
you're going to have to do it wrong
and uncut you can't
administer something
into a motherfucker and he gonna blow the whistle.
You got to let him do it.
You got to let him do.
I think he shot himself in the foot, bro.
Yeah, yeah, but here's the thing, though.
And this is why I think there's going to be a whole game played about this next project.
So from what I've heard, this next project is the last project in the $400 million deal.
We all know how contracts go.
We don't wait until you finish your deal to negotiate the next deal.
we like it's like the NBA you want to you want to sign him to a new contract before it becomes an unrestricted free agent
because when he's a full free agent he could fuck around and drop a song on tune core and start seeing the seeing the magic of his own power
you want to keep him on a contract so i don't think if universal doesn't get a new contract with them
they're not going to make this new release easy and that's going to be the thing that they're
play with. So no way they're going to have this project go out without them having a new deal with
Drake. Drake is too big of an artist to allow to go into a free agent situation because you're
going to have Sony music entertainment say, hey, we ain't going to give you the 600, but we give you
five. How much? Right. Then you have one to say, shit, Universal been dominating us for so long. Universal
owns the majority of the market share.
Hey, listen, we'll give you $5.20.
And then now you
cook it because you could go back to Universal
and say, well, I could get $520.
Y'all said, because of this battle
with Kendrick and this other
shit, y'all say, y'all only match the 400
y'all gave last time.
Let's see, that's what y'all saying crazy
shit. I do not
believe Universal has said
because he lost the battle
with Kendrick. We don't want to do
I believe they're telling him your numbers aren't what they were.
You're still number one, but the market is down overall, not just him.
This has nothing to do with, bro, if Kendrick would have had that effect on him,
he wouldn't be holding the top spot.
He's still in the top spot.
That's a good point.
You know what I'm saying?
So this has nothing to do with Kendrick won the battle or none of this shit.
It has something to do.
Well, well, it is projected.
though, right? So it's like,
I personally believe
that Drake probably took this
battle, so they've been negotiating for a while.
I think he took the battle and say
I'm about to beat this nigga's ass,
I'm about to violate him. And after I
violated him, I know I was asking
for six, but I'm going to tell these motherfucklers, I need seven.
Price just went up, nigga.
Here's the thing. Anytime you go to the
casino, you gamble, you know,
they always say a push is a win.
What only motherfucker had the risk was Drake?
Yeah. Because Kendry came in
underdog yeah but that's what I'm saying so like if if he essentially devalues himself in the
battle he lost in a loss in valuation of what um universal will give him but if he had won the battle
that might be an additional bargaining chip to say hey even if you're saying the numbers
from a couple years ago or down I'm the guy
give me that
motherfucking money, we're gonna still work.
You get what I'm saying?
I get what you're saying, but do you get what I'm saying?
His numbers are still
our top numbers,
but they're less than what they used to be.
So why the fuck, we see he's getting
of age, right?
All right? They're doing all kinds
of other little things that are watching, right?
motherfucker had a
motherfucking million
dislikes
that's never happened
they don't know bro
every dog has his day
and you know that bro
we didn't see a lot of
motherfuckers up there
that we thought wouldn't come down
come down
it's a fact so
I don't know bro
could be a gift
and encourage
they can be offered them
400 million
450 million right now
he don't take it
he can wait till next year
some other
shit happen, lawsuit pop
up, weird-ass
allegations, or he dropped
something that doesn't perform, and now
they're talking about 250.
Yeah. He's not in
his prime right now.
He's just
who he is.
He's not in his prime, bro.
I don't think he's going to grow
anymore. I think he
is sustained and maintained,
but I don't think he's going to grow anymore,
bro. It's going to be real.
not as an artist
now will he go to do some j-z shit
on the business side
absolutely
but as far as music
in the state the music's in
not putting it on on him
not saying he's going to make whack music
and shit like that
I'm just saying
in the state that this is in
unless he crosses the street
and try to go fucking Latin
and some other shit
bro he's gonna be where he's at
and it doesn't
not. It does not.
When they look at the numbers, it just doesn't
add up.
I don't want to be recuperate for 10 years,
bro. You know that.
Hey, by the way, chat,
um, again, we're
tracking, you know, as, as a story,
the lead story for the day as it
goes on.
Um, so hip hop DX, you know,
they're posting everything but it, man.
They got to post Rhapsody, Nause.
They're posting everything.
They ain't nothing. So, so,
chat you could easily tell what's going on you scroll down on this page you see that that rock nation
hat i'm going to assume that rock nation you know has some influence here uh because they refused
to pose a big story right now i do know elliot wilson's over there elliot wilson used to be um
one of the the executives over a title that j z once owned um yeah they've then sold that and you know
He definitely has close ties to Jay-Z.
And, you know, by the way, Elliot, I fuck with you.
And I do love you.
But I'm going to call you out on this one because this is why maybe you and Drake got into it.
Because I see, you know, Drake and you are into it whatever.
Drake has thought it's over an interview.
But think about this.
You interview Drake a bunch of times more than anybody else in the culture.
You've interviewed Jay-Z, maybe other than...
Angie Martinez more than anybody else in a culture.
When something bad to come out about Jay-Z,
you ain't fit to post that shit.
Yeah, I'm not understanding about it.
But you were hyping up everything that Kendrick was saying about Drake.
So I could understand why he might feel away.
Like, again, when it comes to Jay-Z, it's insulating.
You don't post the allegations, but you post his reply.
I get it.
You get what I'm saying?
So, my man usually posts with no caption.
He says, hold rock nation.
I get what that is.
you know, it is what it is.
But, you know, sometimes people act like they're all completely independent
and not having a side in things.
But when certain things happen, like, I go a lot.
Like, there's been times that I had to post shit about 6'9.
Like, he's my friend.
I don't like to post bad things about him.
Yeah, well, we do.
I mean, it be time.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And be times, go.
And I'm talking.
I got to address what it is, bro.
You know what I'm saying?
you're what
and who'll be,
y'all,
I'm not saying
he's not there.
That's my little partner,
you know what I mean?
But it's hard,
but you got to keep it real.
Elliot,
he got to keep it real, bro.
Yeah.
Yeah,
and again,
that's a part of the game
which I think,
you know,
I don't knock him
or anyone else
who won't,
you know,
even listen to the topic,
but this is why people
like me exist
and you exist,
no jumper,
the vlaz of the world,
is because people do want to,
you know,
they're all,
aren't certain protected people that nobody else talks about right by
me yo did you see what i did to rhapsody so rhapsody you know who rhapsody is
yep okay so she dropped a freestyle she diss me and she says she says yeah
niggas like academics they bitches and yo niggas like that you know we got to check
i guess she does a play off the kendrick thing and she's like the weird cases
So I responded to her just yesterday.
I say, hey, listen, you know, I don't want to be attacking women, and I like her.
She's a good rapper.
I really like her, you know.
And I say, listen, I know you're trying to do what Kendrick does or like the whole like this thing.
But I do want to say you're assigned to Rock Nation.
And I'm going to be honest with you.
I know WAC does this.
I know the exposers does this.
But this is when you get to the heights of the media.
You got to be careful what you say.
because you don't want to be living in a glass house, right?
What do you talk about people having anything going on?
I'll go to my email every day,
and I see like 15 things, and most of them I don't put out,
but I said, oh, interesting.
I'll just keep that in the tuck over there.
I'm just whatever, whatever.
I could tell this one they probably sent to whack 100 and the exposures.
I'll watch them hammer that out.
That's how it goes.
So I said yesterday or the day before I said, man, I say you want to be careful talking about these cases because anybody could claim anything.
And I'm sure because you're assigned to Rock Nation, the people you're in the board meetings and the business meetings with, you don't want to be talking about their situations, which might be a little bit more fresher because they're currently pending and it might come out.
A day later it came out.
Yo, we're a flame wraps
the ass up.
Hey, no, no, you know what?
Hey, listen, listen, she's a good rapper.
We'll fire ass up, boy.
No, no, she's a good rapper.
She better go in that corner.
Boy, we will boy, listen.
She better chill out.
No, she's a good rapper, but we just have to let her know, like, hey, listen.
Let's put the 30-day heat on her, right?
Just blitz you.
No, no, no, no, no, don't do that.
Don't do that.
You see, this is why you can't fuck with whack
and when you get to the hunted side of the trenches.
Hey, what's the latest with you and Jay Prince?
Is everything cool?
Yo, I keep telling everybody.
I respect Jay Prince's business hand.
What he's done for the culture?
You know, you can't take nothing away from the ghetto boys
and the old rap-a-lop movie.
You know, I don't know how big Mike feels about that.
That's another story.
but I'm only in this storm because I'm protecting the elderly black woman.
That's it.
That's it.
Hey, so.
Well, I know I've shook some bushes up and I've said some things and exposed some things
over the last month of soul that has shit and turmoil down there
because I started to expose
the links to the inner workers
of the city
and they said,
what, I'm gonna see this shit.
They said, since you did that,
two, three months,
been removed, replaced,
poured out of office,
shit getting crazy about it.
So, you know,
I actually,
I'm going to see some guys.
What?
No,
I ain't going to say.
I'm just going to show you.
Like, what the fuck is going on?
We love Houston.
Hey, hey, what?
So, Rock Nation, they play a little dirty.
And this is the only thing I say.
I say to them about the lawsuit.
Again, this is my opinion.
Because I know right now that lawyer watching us,
and I don't want no lawsuit from them.
Again, if we got to get a lawsuit, it is what it is.
So I don't want people to think that I'm,
I'm just going to be pussy and just like bow down to these guys.
But I do want to say, you know, I want to stick factual.
Hey, Rod Nation.
Yeah, acting like y'all having bullied rappers.
Yeah, acting like I didn't play a little part or, you know,
the CEO wasn't at court hearings for Tori getting locked up.
Y'all aren't the most just out of the, like, you guys have kind of wage a hand.
on a scale a couple of times to make things going your favor and um y'all have been seen as the big
bad wolves of this industry and even though people now kind of look at rot nation they just say
desererey Perez because her history jZ owns y'all is jigger when this comes back there are
certain people looking at this to say uh you know y'all have done your fear sure bullshit well now
y'all got to handle this i'm wondering what's going to happen with this because here's what i believe
is going to happen the way how jzy if that's jzy talking in that statement man there's going to be a lot of
lawsuits filed actually i don't i thought jzy was talking gangster in the statement low key you you're
already said he said he says um you made a terrible effort you know error in judgment thinking that all
celebrities is the same i'm not from your world i'm a young man who made out the project
of Brooklyn, nigga.
We don't play these type of games.
We got very strict honor and codes.
We protect children.
You seem to exploit people for personal gain.
Only your network.
Only your network.
That was important.
Only your network of conspiracy theories,
faith physics will believe these idiotic claims.
This is what I would ask.
I think that Jay-Z has the biggest network in hip-hop.
He says that-
That's a fact.
That's a fact.
And he says,
I look forward to showing you how different I am.
That was a interesting end in line
because usually you hear lawyers say,
I look forward to proving her innocence in court.
I look forward to do this, blah.
You know what he said?
I look forward to showing you how different I am.
It don't look like you might be in court.
By the way, chat, the people who,
who quick to be, you could tell,
ebro is in here.
told him about no games.
Ebro got nothing to say about the allegations,
but he's in there saying no games.
You're going to scroll through, man.
Like, everybody who's on the payroll for these guys,
they're all going to be just tapping in.
They all got to, you know, jump in the mix
or whatever the case is.
And probably, you know, they got to co-sign it.
Again, I'm not saying anything or even everything
against Jay-Z is factual.
I just want to show y'all.
Wack, I heard you say this one time.
I can't remember who you was talking about.
You said if it was a videotape or an audio tape that came out about me saying these things,
the whole internet would be ablaze saying I snitched, I'm this, I'm that.
I'm a rat.
But when it come out against somebody else, it'd be like, well, I don't know.
He's...
Maybe fuck all that.
Yeah, but you know he had...
No, collect your poll of tickets.
Exactly.
The poll of ticket, bro.
course.
Your man is doing that
Selected Politicket.
You know, you want to,
when this sheet comes out over here,
it's all you got it all on your page.
Now, this is coming out.
It's nowhere.
You know what I'm saying?
No, selected politics.
A lot of people doing that
because they think
they think they're going to lose
a favor that they don't even have
coming in the first place.
Yep.
Yep.
They just don't want to be on the other side.
We don't give a fuck about it.
Act.
We're doing, we doing how we do.
whatever fuck with us,
fuck with us,
whatever business ventures
we got going,
we got going,
we try to move
independent of
whatever the fuck
they do or however
they operate
because we don't,
we're not going to let them control us.
They ain't going to happen.
Yeah, man.
So that's really,
you know,
that's what I want to show
to the internet.
I don't know
if Jay Z's guilty or innocent.
These are allegations.
People can make up anything.
What I do want to show you
is the power
because sometimes
What I've realized media is now is there's a lot of y'all just consuming shit and shit there was a time that I thought I'm like yeah well I'm I'm one of the bigger voices so like I when I say something I probably believe in more
But I've realized in certain and certain times there's certain entities that have gotten a lot of other voices they got in a conglomerate when they hit a button
And that's rock nation I'm speaking directly that's rock nation rock nation when they hit a button
they create a narrative or they they whatever we're gonna see it here at its finest because you know
again these allegations you know sometimes people be like oh let's let's see what the other side is
like shit when they had allegations against against me shit of course i got my lawyers on it
but i hit why can i should i even got online and say this is what happened this is hey listen
whether y'all believe me or not i'm gonna answer to them
some people don't
got to answer
to allegations
and people still don't
like I answer to it
they don't believe
me
other niggins
don't have to answer
to it
and people believe
them fully
and I'm like
ain't that
ain't that crazy
crazy as a motherfucker
but I will tell you this
bro
I'm not fin that you know
just because
somebody is like
a good basketball
player
great rapper or whatever
we can't
just we can't just give that type of favor and say well it's done way this shit could
happen we're talking about 24 years ago that's a different jZ than we know today that's before
you drop i believe did the blueprint or the blueprint or blueprint two came out in 2001
that's like 2000 right yeah so you know um and not to say that he did it but we got to
let it run his course.
I see what he's saying.
Like, where's the criminal shit?
I'm all for that.
Where's the criminal?
You got two grown motherfuckers.
You're 13 years old.
You fought two of these grown motherfuckers off
who they had to be under the influence or something.
No way they could be in their right mind doing some shit like that, right?
And you called the father.
I'm interested to know what the father had to say.
What was that phone call?
Like, why wouldn't you take your 13-year-old daughter
to the hospital.
Why wouldn't you get a
motherfucker rape kid done?
Why wouldn't you take her to a
psychiatrist to make sure she knows
she's still stable mentally?
It's a whole lot of
did you or what happened
or what happened.
Now 24 years later,
here you go.
It's as if if Diddy
wouldn't have never been caught up,
this wouldn't have never came up.
I agree.
That's the factor in there
that's making me say,
are they doing this?
This is spicy.
Let me ask you a question.
What do you think, right?
You know, you're a father of multiple.
You've been a husband.
What do you think that conversation inside the car to household is?
Do you think, you know, obviously this is old.
This might have been before you met Beyonce.
I don't know when he met Beyonce.
Did you think?
The worst thing she can do is question him about this.
if she questions him about this
it's going to cause friction in the household
hmm
we've never heard like
the only time we heard about a problem between
jay and bianza was when she
she's an elevator
well the elevator yeah the elevator came out but like
even then like him and her weren't arguing it seemed
it was the sister
but when she came out on the lemonade album and said oh yeah he cheated on me
with becky with the good here but we've never
ever seen like she's not the person to air him out she don't expose him like she don't
talk shit about him bad when she did that she probably regret doing that you know what i'm gonna
but i'm gonna tell you the worst thing she can do is question him about this what do what do you
how do they have that conversation with blue ivy well that's easy they're gonna teach blue ivy
and let them know that your mom and dad are these people
and you are also on a level of status
and you are a little worse than us
because unlike us
who we got this fame in our later years
you already have it now.
This is why you got to watch your friends
what you say to your friends, what you do around them.
They're going to give it to her like that.
Yeah, part of it
part of his statement and i guess that's the part that kind of did like you know interact with me a lot
is where he says um he says my only heartbreak is for my family my wife and i obviously him and
bison will have to sit our children down i think they have four i believe one of whom is at the age
where her friends you're talking about blue ivy will surely see the press and ask these questions
about the nature of these claims.
And explain the cruelty and greed of people.
I mourn yet another loss of innocence.
I think about that all throughout, right?
Like, I think about that in like every rap beef.
Like I was hearing someone, which I kind of agree.
They're like, yo, one day Kendrick might have to explain to his kid that Drake was,
that another popular artist was saying, yo, your daddy's not your daddy, right?
But also, it's the same thing with Drake's kid.
Drake's probably going to have to explain to Adonis at one point that, yo, another popular rapper was saying, you're hiding in a child.
Like, these things have become almost like a repetitive thing where like, you know, and I wonder how you look at it where, you know, I don't have kids yet.
Do you ever feel like, and you know, you have grown kids at this point?
Do you ever feel like, damn, I have to explain to my daughter or my son about some shape.
they seen about me or whatever the internet's saying about me?
Nah, I talk my kids, right?
You know, your kids is going to be your home team.
So, in the day, they know you.
You know, I mean, they know if you did it, didn't do it.
You know, my kids look up and see, you know,
if it says something white, one hundred balls in the fight,
they know it's a good chance that shit didn't happen.
That definitely happened.
If they look up and see some wild shit, a bunch of goofy shit,
they don't even pay no attention
because they know that their dad is in the eye of the media.
They know that.
You know what I'm saying?
So it's never going to be a panic.
I think the only time I thought my daughter would have panicked
is when that bozo spotterloke went on Instagram and said,
Wack 100 shot dead, his white Porsche is taped off
in the city of a block.
Quora, right? Oh, wow.
So when I get the phone call for my daughter, she says, Dad, why they're lying?
I said, what?
Well, you just drop me off to get my hair done.
You're in the raised bar where that portion of the parked in the garage in the backyard for eight months.
You haven't even driven that day, right?
So it was like, I will just relieve that she didn't see that and going to a panic because
I'd have been like, I just dropped you off, not even in that car.
You know what I'm saying?
It's like my kids kind of know, and it comes from communicating with them
and letting them know what's going on.
Like they know.
Like, I'll tell them, hey, such and such, such, you know what I mean?
They don't pay attention to trolls.
They don't pay attention to none of that.
But if you got your kids, like, locked away and some secret of shit,
and then it starts to come out and they get to school around their peers,
that's what it's a problem.
Yeah.
My kids aren't blind to the fact they understand the world,
to understand social media
what comes along with this shit
you know one thing
I'm gonna give Jayze and Beyonce
credit for they live
these secret lives we don't know where they're at
like we don't even know what town they be in
we don't know what school
they go like like even now
I'm thinking nothing
I'm like maybe she goes to online school
like we don't know nothing about like
how about this
bro for one they're not on social
media two
every time you hear about them,
it's a business move or accomplishment
or they're on stage.
This is the only time in how many years
that we've seen some shit
since the elevator incident
that remotely reflects some negative,
some negativity.
They're out the way.
They bought a $200 million house
or Blue Ivy
got paid to go on moms
to her,
generated 10 million or
Jay Z to acquire a new company
or you know that's all you usually
see. It wasn't until
this puppy shit where people
started speculating and speculating
and now this shit
and all this going to do is
make him really
disassociate
with certain people
predominantly in the music industry
that's doing anything
remotely
remotely tied to anything
that could reflect the negative light on him.
It had never happened again.
Did you foresee that maybe
Jay-Z will come out and probably do a meek-mill type statement?
Yo, we're no Diddy Gang as well.
No.
No, he'd never do that.
He would never get that out of him.
He won't.
No, not to Jay-Z, we know today.
You won't see that.
There's going to be an argument.
onslaught, though. There's going to be more...
He's not going to kick him, but he ain't going to, he's not going to reach down to pull him up either.
Especially after this, bro.
He cannot remotely put himself in the position, but people start tying him to anything, anything in his lane, bro.
And Puffy need to understand that.
He need to understand that. That dude got to stay the fuck away from you, bro.
You know what I'm saying?
Yep, I'm really looking at the fallout with this.
I think if I know hip-hop, right,
Jay-Z's credibility's Teflon,
Iqa withstand, even though this is kind of crazy,
13-year-old, it's crazy,
but I could withstand one accusation.
We all know, like, the damn failed really quickly
with with um ditty when it was two three four five six seven accusations i'm wondering if we see more
accusations do people start to be like all right man hold up man like all right we were like
man why y'all cap on hold two they might be like all right what the fuck but man y'all line
three they're like okay what's going on if it gets to like six seven they might be like
you know this guy
and maybe they back up off him.
Bro.
Everybody has backed up off
your man's. You see that.
Show me one person that's
speaking up for him.
Wait, are we talking about who?
It's only one person we can be talking
about. Really?
Jay's he don't need nobody
speaker for him right now.
He don't need nobody speak up for him.
He's in a position where he's innocent
and they've got to prove it.
And he's right now.
to fight him on it. You got to mean?
And the first kick-up, the first slip-up, the first inconsistency, right?
You're dealing with a superpower when it's coming to Jay-Z with his legal and all that.
They're going to have their ass.
Like, can't no games be played, right?
But when it comes to your other guy, ain't nobody fucking with that, bro.
Nobody, you know what, 6-9 might even be in there with it?
Isn't they share 6-9 back to New York?
Yeah.
You know they're going to put 6-9 on the PC side.
You know that.
Yeah.
I wouldn't be surprised if they're on the same pie.
But no, man, it is what it is.
I hate to see it because from here, it's fucked up that you said it.
I can see a drink being next.
What's it mean?
because bro
they're going at
all our people
that's on top
but that's all I was saying about like
you know damage control
if I'm Drake
if I'm someone like Drake
right and again I want to say someone like
Drake not necessarily Drake but
someone in that position
even like a future
I'm just hitting up all the scallywags
I've ever fucked just just kind of making sure
everybody cool everybody good
yo you know I mean
you know I'm sending you out of purse this
this Christmas
You know, just make sure because
No, it appears that it's
No, you can't do that, bro.
Yo, no, no, no, just make sure
Check everybody's temperature.
No.
It feels like they only file this
When they're hella broke
Or they're disgruntled.
They're tight.
Like, you're doing two months with a new girl.
Oh, you cannot do that.
You can't do that, bro.
That's, nah, you can't do that.
You can't fuck with that.
If I'm Greg, I'm sending Burkins.
All right, Berkins for all the,
For all the last hundred girls I fucked, Birkins.
Nah, bro.
Why not?
Yo, you think that any of these women who were filed lawsuits,
like they were just like either super up or just like super happy?
Like, nah, they're going through some shit.
You got to make sure they all right.
Nah, bro.
Your motherfucking ass of being jail.
Fucking with that, bro.
I don't know.
Anyway, all right.
Look, man, act.
Listen, man.
I got to get back over here with my people.
Listen, I sent this shit to the text.
And you had a team.
Please put that up for me in the morning.
Please.
All right, I got you.
That's the minute.
Appreciate love.
Love for the chat.
I'm here if you need me, brother.
All right, always.
All right.
All right.
What was it like a two-hour conversation with Wack 100?
Wack 100.
All right, people.
We're in unprecedented times, man.
I'm watching this media shit.
This shit look crazy.
You know, e-brose in the comments.
They all in the...
Listen, you don't even got to ask...
Listen, chat.
Let me tell you this.
This is why I don't like about this industry game
because none of these niggas are what they're claimed they are.
When anybody they don't like
get accused of some shit,
yeah, fuck this guy.
A nigga they fuck with
That's what I'm saying
Jay's just a good test
I don't want like I don't have a problem with Jayce
And I wish you know
I hope these things are not true
But it's interesting to show what I've always been saying
This whole shit is rigged
And I get to point out
Yes this is a little bit selfish for me
I get to point out that Rock Nation been running this whole shit nigger
That's a fact
So now I get to show you all the Rock Nation pawns
all the quiet things
and I can call them out all one by one
my name actually don't got to call them out
let's just look at their page
because if it was somebody else
they'll be happily posting it
let's just see what's popping with him
let's see what's going on today
and again
not a problem with it but it's important
for y'all to know
when y'all see things
and y'all see headlines
and propaganda because the thing
that people have realized
with how important media is that people start
pushing propaganda through it.
It's who owns what?
And I'm telling you.
Rock Nation,
you'll see their interest
being represented on a high level.
And you don't got to ask why.
Zero comment to no games on TMZ's posts.
Told them all the accusations.
Nah.
Just look at these people.
It's all good.
Yeah, we see everybody not posting.
Shit.
I remember,
I seen complex.
Like, front and center posts and shit about me.
They're over here talking about sneaker of the year.
Look at these niggas.
Let's talk about Drake.
Let's talk about Drake, Snoop, and Diddy.
Look.
Diddy accused of dangling woman over balcony facing $10 million lawsuit.
We're scrolling down.
Look.
Elliot Wilson names Kendrick over Drake.
What the fuck?
How is this news?
Where is the judge?
Jay Z.
Fuck the 13-year-old news.
Look.
Look, 26 minutes.
This is complex.
Oh, what's the biggest news 27 minutes ago?
Well,
Elliot Wilson has Drake over
or has Kendrick over drinking the top three.
Three hours ago.
Zelia Banks.
Then we get Jay-Z.
One post.
He's,
slams a lawsuit.
That's it.
Nothing more.
Jay-Z responds.
Nothing more.
I want to thank you, motherfuckers.
Complex, hip-hop D-X, VT,
all you biased motherfuckers,
because put it like this,
thank God y'all can't buy everybody out.
Because until we get some rectification
and we get some evenness
on how you treat all these situations,
I'm live every day.
So just send all the viewers over here.
I appreciate you.
All right.
Let's see what all the angle we could kind of look at this.
Oh, this is what I was trying to watch before we got into it.
Oh, so this is like a joint about the conspiracy theories.
I don't want to watch that.
I wanted to watch.
What was the shit I was trying to watch?
There was some shit.
It was just like, oh.
Oh, no, no, I was watching this.
We stopped watching it, though.
Unfor-lame.
She met Jay back in 1999 when she was 18 or 19.
In this interview, Jay Z tells us otherwise, as in 2007 he did an interview with Charlie Rose,
where he told Charlie he met Beyonce 10 years prior to that day.
10 years before 2007 would have been 1997, which would have made Beyonce only 16 when they met.
If we look at Jay when Charlie asked him this question, he starts to act a bit suspicious.
When he's asked how long ago he met Beyonce, he didn't give a straight answer,
only that he's known her since she's been recording music.
then stating that it was 10 years prior.
Because Beyonce has a deal, and I know her.
How long have you known her?
Wow, a long time.
How long?
How long?
How long she's been recording?
That's when I met her.
Don't you remember how long it was?
Yeah, when I met her.
I mean, five years.
I met her 10 years ago.
I met her 10 years ago.
I met her 10 years ago.
But did you say to yourself at that time, wow?
I see, yeah, that's a fantastic talent.
Is that what you said?
Yeah.
on to eventually marry Beyonce and they ended up becoming hip-hop's most loved couple.
In my opinion, it's obvious Jay Z was pursuing Beyonce romantically since he met her at 16 years old.
I'm confident that they had already been together since then.
All Jay did was wait until she was of legal age to make it public.
This alone suggests that Jay Z is a certified PDF file.
While people might say that they are at least together to this day, that's not the problem.
The problem is Jay, who was a big star at the time, on the
top of the music industry, took advantage of a young Beyonce who was 16 trying to make it in the music
industry. At that moment, Beyonce was willing to do anything to make it. She obviously got with a much
older Jay-Z because of the opportunities it would provide her. This is literally the exact reason
that he is being indicted for, because he abused his power and made people get into relationships
with him for opportunities. I believe Jay-Z took complete advantage of his power, and Beyonce
wasn't even his only victim. When we looked at that, we looked at the same.
At Jay-Z's relationship with Rihanna, it further confirms that he's a certified PDF file.
Jay-Z and Rihanna's relationship goes back to the beginning of her career.
Just like Beyonce, Rihanna met J-Z when she was only 16 years old, trying to make it in
the music industry.
In fact, the first time Jay-Z met Rihanna was the day he signed her.
The way that Rihanna got discovered and signed, to me always left me with many questions.
Rihanna was a teenager in Barbados with no connections when she somehow managed to
to get into a hotel room with Evan Rogers, a music producer who just so happened to be
vacationing in Barbados. Rogers would have Rihanna perform a song in a hotel room alone,
with him and two other 16-year-old girls, where he decided that he was only interested
in Rihanna. Rihanna would end up signing a production deal with Rogers' production company
syndicated rhythm, and then put out a demo. Two A&Rs working at Def Jam heard the demo and
quickly showed it to no other than Jay-Z himself. Rihanna was then flown to
New York City where she would meet with Jay-Z.
This is when she performed for the label with them being blown away by her performance.
LA Reed, the head of the label, told Jay-Z not to let Rihanna leave the building without
making her sign the dotted line.
This is when Jay-Z locked Rihanna into his office, and according to Rihanna, J-Z told
her that there was only two ways to get out of this office.
You either sign this record deal and walk out the front door, or you can go out through
the window from the 29th floor.
Rihanna would sign her first.
Yeah, I think I remember seeing that.
Diana on signing to Jay-Z.
As he said, we don't sing songs here.
We're saying artists.
And there was this little pause, and I was nervous.
Then he said, and we're interested.
And there was this sudden feel of relief.
But then he said, about a window and a door.
Oh, then he said, he did it more.
I did a lot of moments on you this lady.
He said, there's who is to leave here.
I look through the door.
with the deal sign or through this window and we're on the 29th floor.
Yes, he said.
The two is to leave here, either through the door with the deal sign or through this window
and we're on the 29th floor.
Sounds normal.
First major record deal at exactly 3 a.m., and it just so happened to be a six-album deal.
The diva Rihanna.
She's from Barbados?
Yeah.
She's Bayesian.
Okay, she's Bayesian.
How did you come in contact with her?
I mean, did you fly over there?
Jay Brown, Jay Brown had actually bought me the song.
She had a song, I want to say massive because of Bruce.
When I first heard the song, and then, you know, he kept going, Jay Brown, he kept being persistent.
I was like, you know what, bring her by.
And when she walked into our office, I was like, you know, she just had, it was something about it.
It was just, you know, something about it.
Then she performed the song and I was like, okay, okay, then, you know, sat down and we talked.
And then it was something like how she would stay in the studio, try to get the verse over.
Then come back the next day, I was like, oh, work ethic, everything is there.
So we signed that at that night.
We didn't let it leave the office.
Really?
The three in the morning was when that contract got signed.
So in the morning was when that contract I signed.
So the meeting around three, four in the afternoon, he signed about three in the morning.
I was absolutely certain.
Oh yes, he said, we don't sing songs here, we're saying artists.
And there was this little pause and I was nervous.
But then he said, and we're interested.
And there was this sudden feel of relief.
But then he said about a window and a door.
Oh, and he said, he said it a lot of work on you in a place.
He said, um, there's two is to leave here.
either through the door with the deal sign or through this window and we're on the 29th floor with the deal sign or through this window and we're on the 29th floor what makes this so disturbing is that it was rumored that jay
why she didn't pick through the window she ain't had to sign j z had hooked up with riana in 2005 around the time she was 16 or 17 when he signed her apparently this led to biance leaving j z for two years and starting to hate riana and it's also the reason biance and riana never
made music together. It's even believed the song bowed down by Beyonce was created as a
disc song to Rihanna. This was a rumor all over the media at the time that was eventually put to rest
when Jonathan Hay came out and declared he started the rumor. For those who don't know
Jonathan Hay, he was a music industry publicist for many years. He was actually Rihanna's
publicist when this all happened. When things were getting bad for Jay-Z because of this so-called
rumor, Jonathan came out and claimed he started the rumor to build up high.
for Rihanna's song. The only thing is, this was a lie and Jonathan Hay didn't start the rumor.
He was just covering it all up. I recently did an interview with Jonathan Hay where he told me
all about this. When I asked him about the Rihanna and Jay-Z incident, he confessed the truth to me.
He told me that it wasn't a rumor at all, and Jay-Z and Rihanna really did hook up when she was only
16. What the fuck? What's the truth on this shit?
I don't know what your guys' opinion is about Jaguar right, but she has.
has been right about a lot of things. And I'm just going to read a tweet that's recapping the most
recent video that is alleging that Rihanna was trafficked to JZ. This tweet is from Liz Croken.
Jaguar Wright suggests Rihanna was traffic to JZ. Jaguar Wright says producer Evan Rogers
discovered Rihanna at 3 a.m. in a hotel room with no parental supervision on the island where
she comes from when she was a minor. Wright says Rihanna was then put on a private plane and
ended up in a boardroom with Sean Carter, aka Jay-Z. Rogers has claimed he was in Rihanna's native
country, Barbados, vacationing with his wife. Rogers has said Rihanna came up to him while he was
on the beach and just started singing. In the book, The Sound Machine, author John Seabrook
wrote of Jay-Z's meeting with the then 16-year-old Rihanna and claimed he would not let her
leave the building until she signed with his label. Seabrook wrote that they were there until
three in the morning while the lawyers worked out the details. Rihanna later recalled J-Z saying,
there's only two ways out.
According to Jonathan, he was paid off by someone on Jay-Z's team in order to declare to the
media that he started the rumor. They did this to cover up the fact that Jay-Z was in a
relationship with Friana when she was 16. The fact that you mentioned Jay-Z, I want to actually
ask you a question about Jay-Z. You said in that interview with Jaguar Right and
real-life productions, you stated that you were actually the one
responsible for spreading the rumor that Jay-Z and Rihanna had hooked up.
Now, my question to you is, do you believe that at all?
Did you believe that rumor before you said it, before you claimed it, do you believe that
there's any truth?
Not saying that you're accusing Jay-Z, let's make this clear, we're not trying to get anybody
in trouble here, but do you believe that there's a possibility that that could have been true?
So as far as the rumor, I came out and said that I started the rumor a long time ago because
I was told that I would be rewarded significantly.
Okay.
You know, for coming out and saying that I started the rumor and it stuck.
I was to be the one that was to fall on the sword, so to speak.
Now, you didn't answer the question.
You don't have to if you don't want to.
Yo, chat, I ain't going to lie.
I'm with y'all.
After this live, I'm feeling to go check all my doors, get my dogs.
ready for some I ain't all this is some

Was niggas in the 90s and early 2000s fucking kids?
Was Jay Z doing it?
What, I'm naming all these niggas.
Was, um, anybody, I mean, Jay Z, I don't name anybody who died.
But was Jay Z, Diddy, actually, maybe not.
See, I like some of these guys.
I don't want to name them.
But y'all think you should go explore that.
Are we going to talk about this or not?
We won't hear a peep tomorrow.
Y'all don't even got to talk about the Jay-Z shit.
Because I do know certain people who say, hey, listen, act.
Our style is not to jump in on topics like this.
We wait till whatever.
That's why I say, let's talk about the culture.
Was it a cultural thing that people cognizantly
knew that rappers were fucking kids.
Because I hear that there was a time that people knew that R. Kelly was fucking a child.
And people ignored it.
A lot of his peers still shot videos with him.
And he was fucking a child.
I'm asking, is this something that was pervasive among other people that ended up being moguls and legends?
was ditty fucking children was j z fucking kids this is important to see you will never get these
conversations i would love for the breakfast club print this shade room of y'all post me all the time

Play my little dogs.
Go look online.
Damn, not one person posted.
Did I even stream last night?
Yo, I'm telling you, when I say the most random shit,

I ain't say nothing interesting.
Is Jay Z fucking a 13-year-old?
Do I got to say 20 times?
Is Jay-Z fucking kids?
I'm not crashing out because I want all these niggas
because now at this point I don't got no problem with Jay-Z
but I'm about to start picking all your media niggas
don't post me on your blog if you don't post me
when I talk about everything.
Don't post me period
because I will sit here and torment Jay-Z
and I don't got no problem with Jay-Z but I'll torment them because of you.
You either respect everything I say
or don't pick and choose.
Today I haven't had to be.
had this many people on my live stream since Diddy got locked up and before then since the

Extra pause.
I look at the Bitcoin price.
And I said, damn.
You know what my average cost of Bitcoin is?
My motherfucker.
$43,000.
I think I'm up 2x.
What's the problem?
I look at Ethereum.
I'm like, yo, bro.

Your only responsibility is to put meat on the table.
That's your only responsibility.
No ditty.
Put the meat on it.
Wait, what the fuck?
You got a girlfriend?
I'm married.
Right here, right.
Her name's.

Here we go.
Every single time.
Good business.
First of all.
Here we go.
You got to stay relaxed.
You got to.
You jerk off.
That's a real question.
That's a real nigga shit.
Don't get mad.
That's this real shit.
Yeah.
You jerk off?
Do I jerk off?
Yeah?
Yeah, I jerk off, yeah.
How many times a week?
Like, three, four, three, four times, maybe.
Rookie.
I'm gonna pump those numbers up.
Those are rookie numbers in the...
Pump those numbers up, rookie numbers.
I love this movie.
I fucking love it.
I fucking love it.
Track it.
I myself, I jerk off at least twice a day.
Wow.
Once in the morning, right after I workout,
and then once right after lunch.
Really?
Mm-hmm.
Okay?
I want to.
Yeah.
That's not why I do it.
It's not because he wants to.
Do it because I fucking need to.
Yes.
Think about it.
You're doing.
Listen, this is game.
Numbers all day long.
Decimal points.
High frequencies.
Bang.
It's above the shoulders.
Feel me?
I'm over here thinking about rap all day.
I'm over here crunching numbers.
First week sales.
Projections.
I'm going through court documents.
Bang, bang.
Fucking.
All very acidic above the shoulders.
Mustered.
shit. Facts!
Kind of can wigs some people out.
Word.
You gotta feed the geese to keep the blood flowing.
I keep the...
Feed the geese.
Get the blood flowing.
Rhythm below the belt.
Done.
This is not a tip.
This is a prescription, trust me.
It's a prescription.
If you don't, you will fall out of balance.
Split your differential and tip the fuck over.
Or worse yet.
I've seen this happen.
No, I don't want to implode, sir.
No, no, you don't.
I'm in it for the long run, you know.
Implosions are ugly.
Yeah.
Pop off to the bathroom, work one at any time you can.
Exactly.
You'll fucking be strode.
This is when I'm like, he told me this.
I've been trying to get to this so long.
He said when you're good at it, you'll whack off to the thought of money.
I still got to watch a video.
Yeah, pop off to the bathroom, work one at any time you can.
And when you get really good at it, you'll fucking be stroking it.
And you'll be thinking about money.
Second key to success.
In this racket is this little baby right here.
It's called cocaine.
I love this movie.
Yo, do my boy?
Yeah, my boy, well, both of these guys should have won,
you should have won support an actor or cameo actor or whatever.
And he should have definitely won actor the year for this shit.
This shit is golden, bro.
Okay, what we were talking about?
Yo, I'm still in, I'm still flabbergasted that the Jane Doe that was 17 that did he fucked.
Is this man's girl?
She's bad as hell now right now.
I know a lot of you.
She ain't even look white.
Like, remember the pictures that she was, I thought she was black, real talk.
look the pictures was this i thought she was black
but she was white
hold on
look anna can let's go to her instagram
is this her
oh she made her
she made her shit private
and showed you a little baddie
she's kind of bad i ain't a lot of
Anna cane
this another person's page
no what the fuck
no someone else
someone else
Tat, what do you rate her?
We're just going to go off for this picture.
Let's go to his page.
He probably posts her a lot.
Evander, Kane, Instagram.
I know he posts his wife a lot.
You love her.
Is this her?
No.
What the fuck?
Is he still with her?
Might not be with her no more.
Okay, that would make sense why she's so on, did he?
Is this her?
But where the fuck?
Anna Kane.
Oh, he must have.
Oh.
This makes sense.
Oh hell now pause
I see why she sued Ditty
This nigga crazy
What the fuck
That's her man
She probably loved the niggas who go both ways
Type of shit pause
Oh they were together in 2019
Is any of these pictures in 2019
This is 2018
Oh he must have divorced her ass
Anna Kane divorce
Yeah she wants to divorce
Let's see
one of Diddy's earliest underage accusers
Just last year she filed an anonymous case
She was known for her high profile
Marriage to him
They tied the knot in 2018
But parted ways in 2021
Yo chat
I'm gonna be honest with you
I've never seen a rich girl
With in a happy relationship
Sue a nigga for some shit like this
As soon as Cassie sued
I knew Cassie was broken shit
Like not saying that she's not telling the truth
I just want to point it out.
Like, Cassie was fucking on this thing for Mad Long.
And now she remembered, like, last year that Diddy did all that shit for 10 years?
Bro.
She was probably arguing in the crib with who going to pay the bills.
And she, that nigga probably styled her ass like,
bitch, didn't you use a day, Diddy?
You sucked all that dick and got 15,000 trains ran on you,
and you ain't got nothing to your name?
I'm suing that, nigga.
Fuck that.
Hey, come on.
Think about it.
Now this chick, she was married to an NFL player,
a NHL player, I mean.
He's a, he's a hockey player.
He's making 700 racks a year, right?
She's cooling with him.
He divorces her in 2021.
Broanness occurs.
Two years later, she sees the Cassie thing.
Now she's, because, put like this,
I'm really thinking I'm like, damn,
if he's
if she's still with the nigger
like
just off like you know
again we're talking straight here
we're not doing this woke Twitter shit
yo your man looks
crazy if you're suing
ditty for him piping
you out right
but you get to find out she not with this guy
no more so now
she was probably thinking damn I got to go run the bag up
oh
do they got a kid
together? Probably do. Oh, okay.
The identity of whatever, whatever.
Yeah. It says the day back to when she was in high school, she was taking to her,
yeah, yeah. I guess she do got a kill with this name. Maw fucking ditty, man.
This is her. She's no different here. She got blonde here. Okay.
All right. Interesting.
Okay. So she revealed our identity. So this person,
that sued um this new lawsuit against j z we don't know who it is yet so they did file new documents
to say because what's going to happen is that jz's lawyers are going to file an appearance to say hey
we're we're representing sean carter and you know one of the first things they're going to do
because you know so when you file a civil suit it takes a while like there's some procedural
stuff then you get to uh discovery and
They might even order mediation even before then.
Just be like, yo, because most of these cases are like backed up.
That's probably one of the worst things about all these cases we're seeing.
Civil cases aren't given the same precedence as criminal cases.
Okay?
So a lot of these cases are, they might be bullshit, but it takes a while to resolve.
Right?
Like, I could tell you this.
Again, I'm being sued for defamation.
We're down to go to court right now.
Or go to trial right now.
It's a bullshit case.
Like, I have protected speech.
I didn't say nothing crazy.
The person don't want to go to trial.
The person filed an appeal after the judge struck him down and say,
oh, well, academics didn't respond in time.
So we just want a default judgment.
That's not, what?
So you just want a judgment without us?
I thought you want to go to trial.
They don't want to trial.
So now we're in a appeal.
appeal court, my lawyer is telling me like, yo, New York appeal system takes so long, we're
probably going to go through this for another two years. This shit's been going on for two years
already. So essentially, we're just going to go for four fucking years for some bullshit thing
that's not going nowhere. Like, do you understand, like, so like, something like this, it's probably
going to go on for five, six years. So, like, this is, this, and so I say that to say this is a problem.
Well, ditty's in jail, so that's different.
But Sean Carter, aka JZ,
bro, there's no quick way for you to just get your reputation back, right?
Bro, she's suing you.
So you want the dismissal if you're really innocent,
like, yo, bitch, I didn't do nothing, or I wasn't there or whatever.
But if, you know, there's a, like,
something that, unless there's, like, some major error in the filing,
this won't be dismissed anytime soon.
people could people gonna eat this up for the next couple weeks or a month and then this lawsuit's
gonna take two years at least it might get dismissed then but nobody gives a fuck they thought
for the last two years that you did it so i mean i asked i x whack about like what he thought
about this whole situation like how do you prevent it but there's no way to prevent it right
because it's like how do you like realistically how do you do it and no matter what j z says now
there's no court
and if they did
I'll be like yo Jay Z's definitely
a little bit out
he definitely sold and sold
there's no court
that's going to dismiss this
in even a year
or a year and a half
this is done in the United States
District Court
they did a sign into
a district judge
they just got
Sean Carter in there
Did he
which is Sean Combs
he's bogged down with criminal stuff
so he's not fighting these that much
they're just doing basic procedural stuff to keep it going
but he's not fully fighting these civil charges
he's worried about his criminal one
but again his reputation is toast
he's in jail
Sean Carter which is Jay Z
bro if he had deals on the table like you're fucking his shit up right now
so of course he wants to get this shit dismissed
But here's the thing.
They lump him in with Diddy.
So here's the thing.
He can't defend Diddy.
He got to defend himself, but they're putting both of them in a situation.
So now it's like, it won't get dismissed.
So this shit's going to sit there.
He can't fully clear his name and put like this, no matter what statement he did.
And here's where I try to extend some, you know, grace.
Because again, my nigga chat.
Like, I could tell.
some chick was trying to sue me.
That's why I just like explained it before there was a lawsuit.
Then there was a lawsuit filed.
I came on and explained it afterwards.
Bro, nobody gives a fuck about my explanations or Jay-Z's like statement because there's a lawsuit.
They don't care.
And yes, somebody just takes a while for it to get dismissed.
If it does get dismissed, we don't know if it will.
But now it slows up all your shit.
And the only thing, you know, only thing I say that, like, Jay-Z and his team
is because their lawyers were doing that to people too, though.
Like, not suing them for sexual assault and shit like that,
but they were playing legal games with people to tie them up in litigations,
hoping they would stop talking about people.
Or, you know, even with the thing with Milagros,
you're trying to tire up in litigation that she doesn't speak,
more about Meg the Stallion and Torrey Lanes.
Well, this is going to tie you up in litigation that you can't make no more deals.
I personally, this is a pain of mine, we all got to stop playing these legal games, man.
These lawyer games got to stop.
And again, I'm going to wrap this up and chat, we're going to come back tomorrow.
Like, I don't want to make sense to with other topics.
My stance on all of this, everyone's going to have to pick what they want.
If you're on that Kendrick Lamar's soapbox thing
Every rapper you like is going to have a lawsuit
Doesn't mean it's true
But every bitch has
And let me not say bitch
Every woman who feels disgruntled
Or whatever the case
Got a fucking accusation
And they know these things are loaded with money
There's not one nigga that's clear
All that talking that, you
Businesses think meek mill is broke
They would have been sued that nigga to
I'm telling you this
I told you some shit about future
they kind of go ask futures people.
All everybody.
Everybody is getting, you know, again,
we're in a different era where these accusations hit your career.
And it's not about if you did it or not.
And this is why I'm not sitting here saying,
like obviously, me saying did Jay Z fuck kids or not
is just to push the line on,
I hate the fact that media has picked sides
and that media is really controlled by Rock Nation.
I don't like it.
I don't like it.
Number one, I'm not cool with Rock Nation.
But I don't like the fact that Jay-Z gets to wield this invisible hand that controls all media.
I don't like the shit.
I'm sorry, I don't like it.
Because I watch the propaganda happen on behalf of Rock Nation all the time.
I don't like it.
So that's why I'm pushing the line to say, yeah, your man's is now accused of whatever weird case y'all keep talking about.
I want to hear you, you, you, you.
You, you, you.
That's why I spend most of the time highlighting the outlets that didn't say shit about it.
Because I want to show y'all.
But in reality, if you ask me what I really think, most of this shit is bullshit.
And, but people do have to come to an overall conclusion.
If you're on the Kendrick side, because, you know, Kendrick's soapboxing.
Like, that's even another thing with the whole Kendrick shit.
You know why?
And I'm telling you, I'm sitting here
And I'm just twilling my thumbs
Because Tom's going to come.
Kendrick must have forgot that all his friends are rappers
And Kenrick must have forgot that
He's made a lot of money for people on his side.
There's people right now who are...
Niggins, again, don't wait until it comes out.
They're all trying to shake people down.
So that's why I look at niggas like Kendrick
And I'm like, you know, you wouldn't say your man has a weird case
or your man is whatever.
But it's easy to gaslight for some other people you don't like.
But you know they're trying to shake down your man's in them now, right?
You know that people you stood next to because you said that,
they're trying to get out, right?
So let's see if your man's in them pay.
If it don't pay, we're going to have a day just like this.
I'm going to be back on the street saying, hey, I guess we have another weird case.
But you caused that because you're acting like your Jesus.
and everybody's profiting off of it
because whether it's true or not,
and I keep saying that,
whether it's true or not,
you've created,
and it's not only you,
there's other people,
you've created an environment
where allegations should flourish.
For all we know,
as of today,
Jay-Z fucked a 13-year-old.
We don't know if that's true.
Could be fucking false.
It could be completely made up.
I literally sat here and showed you all
a prisoner
who wrote up a lawsuit on lined paper saying
Did he fucked him?
Like, do you got to believe that?
But again, we're in the era
and some of the rappers, you know, again,
and I'll call Drake out too because sometimes I think
I'm like partisan with this.
No.
Drake, don't be calling no niggas out for beating a bitch.
Kendrick, don't be called out
for a weird case.
Both y'all niggas is stupid because both y'all got homies that beat they bitch.
And both y'all niggins got homies who wear cases.
Y'all both are just fucking up the game.
And we see it manifests here because now they got the kingfish.
They got his head in the bean.
So let's watch how this plays out because now Rock Nation and Rock Nation who silently powered a lot of the stuff with Kendrick
because Rock Nation don't fuck with Drake.
They try to play a little underhanded tactics.
Won't get too much into it.
Drake knows it.
They try to do some weird shit.
They did some worship with, um, Tori.
They did some worship with many other situations.
Now, y'all head is in the beam, so we get to watch y'all.
Because y'all are saints.
But if you ask me personally, if you was 13 and got fucked from 24 years ago,
you never went to the cops.
You claim it's been destroying your life.
And as the story goes, that is, as it sounds, nigger, please.
But again,
I always say give me the rules and we go by it.
So I end the stream by saying this chat.
I appreciate y'all.
I just want to make the stream concise one topic.
Jay-Z got a weird case.
I hope he isn't around.
Right, Kendrick?
