Starting point is 00:00:04 Uh Is this good? I think you valid You valid You should be valid Give me one side I'm just trying to make everybody online Okay
Starting point is 00:00:24 Says we streaming to everywhere Are we live? Oh it keeps doing this dumb shit Okay okay I know I know what to do now Alright let me just let everybody get up here real quick Uh It's messed on my thumbnails
Starting point is 00:01:12 It did some new shit to the thing That I stream everywhere with so now when I go live it just fucks up my thumb nails sad alright just give me one second all right a bunch of shit to talk about though um
Starting point is 00:01:40 little dirt finally made his way to California little baby now plotting to come back what else is going on what else is going on give me one second some rumors going around we'll try to address them
Starting point is 00:01:58 why sell case'll be mad Ratchet and ghetto. Mike Tyson slapping the shit out of Jake Paul. What else's going on out here? I think Meek Mill responded again. Crazy. Just give me one second. I'm just fixing this shit.
Starting point is 00:02:29 Oh, offset. That little skirmish or whatever. All right, cool. Make sure I can see them. Sorry, yeah. All right. All right. Welcome, welcome, welcome.
Starting point is 00:02:40 Yeah, I apologize. I had to like, I had to run a little bit earlier. yesterday even though I think we something about like five or six hours but I had to run I had to go interview um shorty shorty so whenever you see that that'll be a thing but shorty shorty got interviewed uh anybody from Baltimore here let me dope to see okay um got a good relationship with him so you know he's in town he's now independent so based on that and i said come on let's do an interview all right we got into a bunch of stuff yesterday but today I think the lead thing is obviously going to be
Starting point is 00:03:12 Dirk's arraignment. So a little Dirk did have an arraignment here in today where he did put in a guilty plea. Ironically, first of all, there's no bond as of now. And they didn't even go for bond, right? You know, obviously this is a situation where they probably told Dirk, yo, Dirk, check this out, brother. You're probably not going to get bond. These type of charges until we see a little bit of discovery, you're not going to get charged. What you're accused of is getting people to kill people and there's a highly publicized. death you're not going to get bond right so you're not going to get bond now so let's see what they got on you first and then we commotion for bond because we don't want to just you know i mean they could have
Starting point is 00:03:51 done it in front of the magistrate but they were going to get told no so they're going to wait until the district judge um picks up the case and once the uh the district judge picks up the case which will be um he's going to have that not necessarily first appearance but the next hearing is going to be the attention here and it's going to be with the with the with the district judge is going to be on the 12th and that's when they're going to know a little bit more won't have discovery but they'll know a little bit more they'll come with all the stuff like yo you know little dirk save save some kids from a burning building um dirt gave away this amount of money he's been helpful to Chicago the mayor is speaking up for him he's just an entertainer um he doesn't
Starting point is 00:04:37 doesn't pose a flight risk. They're probably going to come with some things, you know, preemptively to kind of like, you know, there's a detention here. And actually, we'll just get into it now, I guess, right? So, first and foremost, I think I've told you a million times, if you guys do care about, you know, the documents that we review on stream, the academy. dot blog, you guys could go here and get all the documents that I'm using for stream. You can get yourself to review for whatever reason.
Starting point is 00:05:06 Okay. I've seen, by the way, a bunch of YouTubers kind of use this to make their own videos. And Soutiope. So this is a tension here in, well, the attention affidavit that was submitted by the government. This is even before Smirk got to California. But they basically just, this is kind of bland, you know, Dirk, aka Little Blood. Or, no, Little Dirk, aka Blood. I never heard nobody called Blood.
Starting point is 00:05:30 And this is the name Mustafa Abdul Malak, which everybody called, I guess that's his, Muslim name. And they basically said that we request the detention of the defendant for a few reasons. They request pre-trial detention, which means until the trial is over, because they're saying there's no condition
Starting point is 00:05:50 or combination of conditions that will reasonably assure that two things, A, that he'll appear, right? Which means he's a flight risk. They're obviously going to substantiate that later by saying the niggins was trying to get on a private jet to go to fucking Sweden. or actually Switzerland and Italy and then Qatar.
Starting point is 00:06:11 Or was it Dubai? By the way of Qatar? No, it was somewhere else, my bad. Anyway, then it says the safety of other persons or the community, so they're saying he's a risk to the community. That's kind of like implied with the charges. If you're hiring people to get people killed, you got a lot of money.
Starting point is 00:06:32 Again, that's a legend. But if you're doing that, kind of reasonable. why they might be like yeah this guy being free he might just hire people to kill the witnesses or kill the snitches right who knows right so that that's kind of the order they put in and then they they say um the offense under the 18 USC or whatever uh this does carry a 10 year or greater maximum penalty and the way how this is looked at this is the same way how you know you know again this is not bond is much different than are you guilty or are you not so there's no like presumption of innocence or presumption that you are going to show up to court or presumption
Starting point is 00:07:11 that you need to get bail, right? Now, a reasonable judge is supposed to make this decision. However, they usually say with crimes that are where you're facing 10 years or more or ones that you're facing life, like, you don't got no reason to show up to court because if you, if you blow trial, you're going to jail for life. So why the hell come to court? So with those, it doesn't say you can't get bail, but it kind of dissuades the government from giving you bail or dissuades the judge from giving you bail because, you know what I mean, if you're facing life, right? And they use the same thing with Diddy, even though still, they try to give you a reasonable
Starting point is 00:07:58 understanding because I mean there's a lot of charges that carry over 10 years right and then what else they said the government's entitled to detention hearing with the case involved so so this is where they're going to do detention hearing because it is a crime of violence right obviously murder for hire which the crime of violence is over 10 years which clearly is carrying life or a maximum for or offense where the maximum sentence is life or death which both include what this is and they said okay okay uh and that they believe there's a serious risk the defendant will flee okay so they're gonna have a full hearing on that and that is going to be what's happening with dirk now interestingly enough and you know the biggest irony of everything as i was like
Starting point is 00:08:46 reviewing all these documents and reviewing this case before i was about to get on here i said yo ain't this a trip you have little dirk let let's go back in the timeline of thing right. Little Dirk and NBA young boy basically have like a feud right and that feud is kind of multifaceted but
Starting point is 00:09:10 parts of it comes with allegedly young boy's ex with King Vaughn what ends up happening is that Kondo seemingly takes that feud into his own hands kind of steps up a bit for a young boy
Starting point is 00:09:27 who then becomes a house arrest they kind of exchange words again this is kind of still over a girl but not really now it's about men and their ego then we all seen what happened at the you know at the uh the hookah place in Atlanta where king vaughn was shot and killed i'm got to pull that video up and from there everybody's telling dirk go slide you have basically young boy who's rapping yo clean up on aisle oh they're taunting the fact that King Vaughn got killed. You have Kwondo Rondo drops a song called End the Story. You have little Tim basically saying, yo, he just checked.
Starting point is 00:10:08 He just wrote a pussy nigga off the list, right? Little Tim, right? He says, bitch-ass nigger just checked a new pussy nigger off the list. Quick to gun you down, but check the score. Bitch, I don't miss. Like, yeah, these guys, to think where it kind of started from, and obviously there's probably little stuff back and forth left and right but we're we're going with the main themes here issue over girl they're getting into it a bit
Starting point is 00:10:39 turns into some other shit vaughn dies they're taunting um um they're taunting dirk and everybody else on o block because of that dirk dirt already you know he's stepping up he starts dissing uh um young boy aha i hate young boy comes out dirt drop some other shit on the colors tape. I mean, YB on the colors tape. And they're kind of dissing each other back and forth. But everybody keeps telling, Dirk, when you're going to slide, you're doing a lot of talking, when you're going to slide.
Starting point is 00:11:17 Then we see the little pop situation happen. Little pop, quando, rondo gas station. We've seen this happen, right? And, okay, so this happens. Everybody's like, what the hell? Like, is this related? We don't know if it's related. Obviously, we then find out that if Vaughn didn't get killed,
Starting point is 00:11:38 he would have got caught up in the FBG Duck, Rico case. Okay, so Vaughn's out the way, the O Block guys who you would think would slide for Vaughn, because remember, Vaughn had this crew called Get Back Gang, and that would be the definition of getting back to get Kwanorondo or Little Tim. And it appears, you know, Dirk is taunting this, the whole time come outside come outside we hear of several shootings in savannah quando rondo shooting savannah some that happened after a few shows and some other stuff um
Starting point is 00:12:16 it was it wasn't even the first so the la one was even the first one was even the first one at the gas station uh it was one by a highway anyway there was a there was a bunch of shows shootings. No one was reportedly hit, but attempts on Cuando's life. Then we get to this where a little pop gets killed. Dirk then gets arrested after five other individuals in OTF. And I only painted that picture to show y'all that essentially, you know, first of all, Vaughn is dead, right? But NBA young boy and Dirk, their issues have kind of done. evolve to this place. By the way, we'll get into what's going on with a young boy in a second, but that's what it is. Now, why did I say that? The reason why I said that is because while Dirk
Starting point is 00:13:15 pled not guilty today for murder for higher charges, young boys simultaneously serving 27 months in jail, or prison actually, federal prison. It actually very nice for him negotiated plea that had him plea guilty to basically having two guns. It's a global plea and it'll actually help his situation with the local charges in, um, in, in, in Utah. But the point of what I'm saying is that two guys who kind of been embroiled in feuds and, and this rivalry and beef that took the life of Vaughn that got little pop killed, that essentially got Dirk locked up. And what I always tell y'all, man, nobody wins.
Starting point is 00:13:57 Even in, even in most of these civil situations, and I'm not trying to bring some ditty stuff but like you know you know that those are the most popular civil cases we've been covering the only person that usually always wins is a lawyer the same lawyer who's repped young boy to get that plea is now reping um little dirt don't that sound stupid to you now i'm not by the way it's a fantastic lawyer i'm not saying that he shouldn't got the same lawyer it's a great lawyer right there's a bunch of lawyers the short list not short list but but there's a list of really powerful guys who really do good work and this guy i'm going to tell you who he is in second does amazing work.
Starting point is 00:14:32 But I guess I only point out, these niggas beefed it out, lost people on both sides, and the person who collected a check off both of them is one white man who's a lawyer. What's the point of all this shit? I guess that's what I'm trying to say, what's the point of all that? Y'all did all of this shit to end up paying the same lawyer
Starting point is 00:14:52 to get both of y'all out of trouble. And that sounds stupid a little bit to me. It does sound stupid. I don't know if it sounds stupid to you. But it sounds stupid to me. Now, who is this person? The person's name is Drew Finland. He's a highly reputable.
Starting point is 00:15:08 And by the way, he just looks like, listen, when your lawyer are looking like this, you know what I mean? I don't like his suit collection is, you know, he'll be on with it. This guy, what's been described to me, is a absolute whiz. He's represented,
Starting point is 00:15:26 um, he's represented, Kuevo, takeoff, offset. He's represented wife and Lucci. He's the one who got Wife and Lucci coming home next year. Okay? He represented King Vonn also back in the day. So to be clear, lawyers don't play, you know, they don't really play like beef politics,
Starting point is 00:15:50 even though some will stay away from certain rappers when they have heavy allegiance with some. Like, for example, Bradford Cohen, he's a heavy Kodak guy. Don't know really who Kodak don't really get in really bang with like that, but he's he's going to care about Kodak's interests over anybody else. So, you know, usually your rapper client don't tell you don't represent somebody. But, you know, if you're really locked in with somebody, they've paid you probably millions of dollars to represent them over the years. Sometimes you'll just fall back. But generally, these guys, you know, they'll represent the cream of the crop, the Krimdela Krim, right? And yeah, this Drew, Diffinan guy, he's pretty good.
Starting point is 00:16:28 It's pretty good. Now, there is, there is, so two things I've heard about him, and I hope, you know, I'm not like, you know, speaking down on his name. I'm just telling you what people who have worked or have heard about his work. Say, number one, he's amazing. Number two, the reason, and I know somebody I'm saying, why not Brian Steele? Well, Brian Steele just got out of a heavy, I mean, a heavy, long case. You know, he probably has other things not only on his, on his, you know, schedule. but you want someone who can lock all the way in on you, right?
Starting point is 00:17:03 This is why, oh, and also Drew Finland has a great reputation with pulling these rabbits out of the hat when it comes to the feds. Okay, he just did it for young boy. And even though I said it kind of is stupid that both of these guys be for all these years and end up got to pay the same lawyer to get both of them out of trouble. it is kind of strategic to get the lawyer who is going to pull a rabbit out of his hat and has a good history of working with the feds. Okay. Now, Drew Finland is that. I've heard he does great work.
Starting point is 00:17:46 And, you know, I've always been told by it. I've been told about other attorneys, actually. Sometimes, you know, your relationships and, you know, the networking that a lot of these, lawyers do grant them a lot of favor in the eyes of the court not that they're not great lawyers but I'm going to give you an example right young thug Brian Steele so young thug and Brian Steele right we all know young thug got out on um he basically got on on time sir but he's going to have 14 15 years on probation and um what's interesting because remember the state was suggesting he'd get 45 years,
Starting point is 00:18:31 get everything taken in terms of forfeiture, but a very favorable plea happened for Thug, right? Now, that was a ballsy call to go in front of, you know, the judge in a non-negotiated plea. The judge could have said anything. Why? And again, I'm not saying I know this as a fact, but let's just think outside the box.
Starting point is 00:18:54 Why do you, even though Brian Steele said he was down to go. all the way. He said young thug was down to take the chance. But why do you think they might have a, you know, a decent chance going into that situation? Look at this, chat. So the judge, Paige Whitaker, which, you know what I mean? According to Atlanta, they say she got an N-word pass till Black History Month, so she could say nigger until, she could say niggle until February. But here's this interesting thing, right?
Starting point is 00:19:24 Paige Whitaker, right? She's a judge. One of her biggest donators, one of her biggest donators when she had a fundraiser was Brian Steele. Do you get what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:19:42 This kind of shows you the other side of like, not only, this happens in politics but it happens in law too, right? And by the way, she had disclosed this as well, right? And the only reason why she was allowed to stay on the case is that Brian Steele, there's an acceptable amount.
Starting point is 00:19:58 He donated like $2,000. bucks it wasn't like that much right um let me see if i could find it because at first they wanted they wanted uh here we go where is it page whittaker i'm pretty sure it's page Whitaker i want to make sure i'm i'm right no no no is this okay okay here we go i're hate like a motherfucker okay anyway bryan steel had had sponsored a fundraiser like when you're sponsoring and fundraiser you're sponsoring fundraisers for the judge. Like, come on, you think the judge's going to violate you, man. You get what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:20:53 Brian Steele sponsored a fundraiser for the judge re-election campaign. You get what I'm saying? And the reason why, again, it wasn't conflict of interest, nor was it something that she would have to recuse herself, is because there was a limit. I think it was $2,000. Let me see if I could go look at it. Page Whitaker donation.
Starting point is 00:21:14 list yeah okay okay here we go so take a second of load okay this site is that's okay here we go and it shows it right here these are all the donations campaign reports and then when you look into Brian steel okay I gotta find Brian Steele okay can I just sort on cash amount okay it's just You gotta just trust me on this one Because there's like 20 pages I want to go through this just to find Brian's deal You get what I'm saying But anyway, the point of what I'm trying to say is that
Starting point is 00:22:14 When your lawyer contributed to the election campaign Of the judge Come on, you get what I'm saying people? You get what I'm saying? So Um See somebody here was mad at it was like You know, the defense, the defense attorney should not be the host of fundraisers for judges.
Starting point is 00:22:42 And hey, listen, this is a lot of handshakes and, you know, a lot of these deals get done on, as they usually say, the golf course. Yo, hey, this is my big client right here. This is Jeffrey. I need them. I need them. We got to, I know you usually go that hard. Hey, the other three cases I got with you, you can hit them niggas with the book. but I need Jeffrey.
Starting point is 00:23:04 He's paying me millions. I told him I got to make magic work. Remember, you owe me a favor. This is my one favorite for the year. I need Jeffrey, right? So I'm not saying that exactly what happened, but that is kind of what does happen, right? Okay, cool.
Starting point is 00:23:20 So anyway, Drew Finland is supposedly that. You know what I mean? He's a guy who's just kind of going to make some stuff happen. You know, obviously now when it comes to the feds, you know, it's a much different system because there's so many different districts and circuits and, you know, to work in and out of those courts is you're not going to have the best relationship with everyone. But from what I hear, Drew Finland could make, you could make some shit shake, right? And what is telling me is that, as we'll be expected, Dirk's going to fight this, right?
Starting point is 00:23:52 Like, there's probably not going to be a plea for him, right? Because the government is sticking fast on he's a leader of the organization. They might come to Rico. They're saying he did the murder for hire. He's a person who set it up. They can't give him no type of plea. they have to go for life right so they they're looking for all or none um this isn't a situation like six nine that even though six nine was the guy who was funded a lot of situations was the loudest
Starting point is 00:24:16 and most known person of nine tray when they did the hierarchy list of the gang they didn't put six nine at the top of the gang six nine was ancillary person that seemingly had more control than he should have due to his money but you know and luckily nobody died too somebody died like if Chief Keith had died. Yeah, six and I would have been clip for life. But, yeah. So anyway, so three lawyers actually filed paperwork today to represent Dirk. One is the one that helped them out on some prior cases before.
Starting point is 00:24:53 And that person is, let me find a lot. So we have, first of all, we have, we have Marissa, Marissa Goldberg and Drew Finland. Right? And then who's the other person? So we have Drew Finland and Marissa, but they're both from Drew Finland. So these are these are documents that they submit to the court to say, we're going to represent Dirk. Now, the reason why they have to submit these documents other than just a notice to appear is because it's kind of odd, even though it's a federal case, because they don't live in the district that the case is being prosecuted in, they're considered as a lawyer that's a non-resident. So they have to file what's called a pro hoc viz. I'm probably fucking up the name. But it means like one time only I could be the attorney. And it's basically saying they're going to have local council, which is here. So they're going to use a local council to kind of help them out, right,
Starting point is 00:25:52 with maybe things that could be specific to California, even though, again, this is still federal. But it's going to be two lawyers out of Drew Finland's firm, right? And then there is Dirk's old lawyer that's going to be, what's this guy's name? Let's see. Dirk, remember Dirk beating all them cases in Chicago? The lawyer that helped him with that is also coming on board. I'm going to give you his name in a second.
Starting point is 00:26:20 His name is, yeah, yeah, his name is Jonathan Brayman. So, Jonathan Brayman. And it's, uh, I was like Blackstone. What the fuck? No, what the fuck? No, not Blackstone. Jonathan Brayman, Green. Okay. Okay.
Starting point is 00:27:03 I think this is a guy right here. So he's the one who helped Dirk beat all them cases in, um, in Chicago, all of his, like, gun cases. And, um, he even lists in here, he even names that he's defended Dirk a bunch, right? He says he's also represented several high-profile clients, including Boxer Saul Conno Alvarez, Mayor Daly's nephew, R.J. Veneco and Chicago rapper Little Dirk, K.K. K.K. So, you know, he's probably going to be there to help out with maybe anything that could tie back to Chicago. Obviously, Finland is probably going to control most of the stuff that's going to be dealing with, you know, the federal stuff. But this case could be ongoing and moving. So we'll see. who stays on the case and who gets off. Now, this is the same lawyer, again, not Bremen, but Finland. This is the same lawyer that got this favorable plea for a young boy. Okay?
Starting point is 00:28:06 One second. And, okay, this is the thing I was telling you about. Application for a non-resident attorney to appear. Okay. All right. Now, this is when Finland represented Cantrell-Galdon, which is obviously YB. And this was only two months ago. So, you know, two months ago, you know, he got put on that case and then quickly, like, within like a month, they wrap that thing up to a plea.
Starting point is 00:28:39 And it's actually a really interesting thing because there's a, it's what's called a global plea deal, which I'll Google that real quick. Global plea deal Okay Yeah so now This global plea deal for young boy Young boy had several charges The feds picked up Young boy damn near self-snitch on himself
Starting point is 00:29:01 When they came in and raided his mansion in Utah He's they asked him There's any guns in the house he says yes It says who's gun is it He says it's my girl They say have you ever touched it He said yeah a few times You're like
Starting point is 00:29:15 Wait did you just tell us You touch the fuck So he admitted to having possession of that gun, which, number one, he was already on house arrest for the possession of another gun. So you definitely not supposed to have a gun. But anyway, he just said he had it. So they gave him another charge for that.
Starting point is 00:29:34 So they gave him another gun charge for that. And we all know about the Louisiana one from the one that we were shooting the music video from a long time ago. Then he caught another gun charge up in, like, California, when he was doing a dash in the Mayback, and then hopped out the car and ran from the police. dog that one got dismissed he beat the state with that he beat the case or not the state beat the
Starting point is 00:29:54 feds with that but he said the Louisiana one going where they've been fighting over the the admissibility of the memory card and then he caught this other gun charge by being up in the mansion in Utah and then there's a whole prescription drug thing that's statewide the global plea actually solves damn near about all them where it's he basically had drew Finland come up there or get on the case negotiate between Louisiana, Utah, to have the case move, his first gun case moved from Louisiana to Utah. Utah took both gun cases. He pled guilty for both of them and also part of the time serves, supposedly he's going to help his state stuff, which is kind of odd. Usually they're kind of different, but we're going to see how that kind of gets adjudicated or at least
Starting point is 00:30:42 how it gets listed in court documents. Regardless, your chat, don't I sound like a lawyer. God damn, I'm good. Regardless, this young boy had to, you know, file like this basically a statement, which is him admitting guilt and basically confirm his acceptance of this kind of global plea deal. So this is what it is. You'll see at the bottom of the document, you're going to see defendant's lawyer, which is going to be Drew Finland. Wait, hold on, no, no, not this.
Starting point is 00:31:11 Sorry. What the heck? No, wait. Oh, okay, get here. Yeah. The attorneys for defendant. Yeah. And in that situation, he had, I think one of these people are local to Utah and then Drew Phelan's on there as well.
Starting point is 00:31:27 So again, essentially, they both got the same goddamn lawyer. You know what I'm saying? Yo, Drew Phelan is just like, yo, I love when y'all rappers beef. Y'all both just paying me. Oh, by the way, he represented the wife and Lucci. And if Young Thug wasn't locked to Brian steal that much, you never know. He might have referred. Well, he couldn't.
Starting point is 00:31:44 That would have been the conflict of interest. because one's a victim in the other's case. So Finland couldn't have represented Thug, too. But I could imagine Finland's over here just licking his chops. Like he's probably having it. Yo, he's having this bread butter on both sides. Keep beefing, y'all, y'all, y'all, when you go to jail, I get you out.
Starting point is 00:32:03 When you go to jail, I get you out. I get any of y'all out. Just keep beefing. Keep paying me, though. Okay, that's the finesse, ain't it? Okay, anyway, this was that deal, and, you know, young boy admitted I got I had the guns yeah they were doing this I know that I could be sentenced to 10 years I know I could pay a quarter million dollars um yeah and then the details of the deal right
Starting point is 00:32:28 so plead guilty of this stipulated sentence he says um he'll take time serve no time um 20 27 months right credit for time serve back to may 10 oh okay so actually he's he's seven months in now five six no no he's six months in now so he got 21 more months to go so young boy got 21 months to go wait let's do quick math on when young boys getting out because it's 85% in the fence so 27 27 months times 25 so he got to do 23 months in jail he's already done six months we're giving him the time serve so he's done no not six months is it six He has six. He's done six months.
Starting point is 00:33:17 So he has 16 months left. What's 16 months from now? Let me just use Google AI. When is 16 months from now? Yeah. It's looking like around this time. So we're thinking about March. And even then, it's probably going to be a little bit earlier
Starting point is 00:33:37 because I'm pretty sure they're probably going to, you know, you're paying the best lawyers. They're probably going to peel it a little bit more. And I'm going to tell you why they're going to peel it a little bit more. And I'm going to tell you why they're going to peel it more. And I'll look through the appellate thing to see if they have. Why B's team is going to appeal it more to see if they'll count some of the house
Starting point is 00:33:55 arrest or some of the other detainment time because he's been locked over a while. Remember, they're only counting from May. That's where you go on appeal to have them count more that you could get out sooner. So this is like worst case possible. He's out in 2026, which means technically I'm thinking maybe December. So next year of December, YB is out. You know what I'm saying? Or if they do halfway house,
Starting point is 00:34:20 it's going to be six months before, but like, yeah, do they do halfway house on 27 months? Okay, if that's the thing, he'll be out six months before that. It'll be 10 months. Or sometimes he'll do three months halfway house, right? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:34:41 Let's do 13. Yeah, well, next year of December. Next year of December, around December to March 2026. That's when we'll see Young Boy. Anyway, so it takes 27 months, which, by the way, I think this is a big dove, right? You get caught with three guns.
Starting point is 00:34:58 Three guns that you don't even get 30 months? Dub, win, right? On the other case number, he's getting consecutive to the, he gets 60 months probation. So I think this is, one of them is for the, gun that was in the crib no no I think no I think this is the uh Louisiana case I believe actually Louisiana case right no I think so um 60 months probation that's five years
Starting point is 00:35:32 consecutive so yeah so he just gets out on probation five years and he has to pay 200 thousand that's chum change for all right and then he agrees or whatever his conduct just saying that he needs to chill the fuck out oh he does appeal so he appeals that he can't appeal the waiver, but he could appeal his, not the sentence, but he could appeal the time served though. So that's going to be an appeal,
Starting point is 00:36:01 I expect to see soon. Okay, and then forfeiture, whatever, he has to give up the guns. That makes sense, right? This is one that, I believe, from Louisiana, this is one they found in the house of Utah. And yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:36:20 And then hold on. Here we go again. Okay. Now, this is, this is where, this is where Drew Finland is a fucking master. Like, this guy is just,
Starting point is 00:36:39 this guy is good. Yo. So, remember, think about the amount of cases and fuck shit that YB been on. Gun charge, Louisiana, goes to L.A.,
Starting point is 00:36:53 runs, the U.S. Marshals, they find him, so that's already eluded, that's usually a felony. They find him with a gun in the Mayback. Second gun charge. Goes to house arrest in Utah. They raid the house. He admits to having another gun. Three gun.
Starting point is 00:37:12 Three gun charges. They then hit him with damn near almost a state RICO for having a prescription drug ring, because he was having all of his side holes inside people. And, yo, get, yo, I need them purse. Get me them shit. You know what I'm saying? Yo, usually Fed and state are very separate. For example, I see some people say, yo, I hope Trump frees Tory.
Starting point is 00:37:38 The federal president, which is like a governor, which is state, damn their state president. Or just using term president as, you know, top guy. Donald Trump can't pardon Tory. Like, that's a state case, right? Like, you know, the feds prosecute federal shit. Like, the state deals with their state shit. Now, could you twist their arm a little bit, of course. But, you know, fed shit's fed shit.
Starting point is 00:38:01 And what I mean by saying that too? When, if you get two different situations where you have state time to do and fed time, sometimes they don't let you do it concurrently. Sometimes they say you got to go do your fed time, then your state time. Okay? They treat it very separately. However, in this plea, Finland gets in, and this is a, federal paperwork. They get them to
Starting point is 00:38:28 acknowledge that, yo, this Fed time is also going to count for state time. Brilliant. So the drug ring shit is actually taken care of, and you hear it here. I understand, agree that this plea is solely between me and the United States' attorney for the District of Utah and does not buy
Starting point is 00:38:45 any of the federal, state, or local prosecuting, administrative regulatory authorities. However, it's a joint understanding of the parties that my outstanding state case will be resolved as follows. Look, But this is a case with the drugs drugs drug ring shit It will be dismissed after the sentencing and oh they move they move the drug case I think to
Starting point is 00:39:08 To district court so the feds just took the case from the state rather than having two different separated things I will enter guilty blah blah and I will be sentenced to Time served for the fine of this and I ask yeah okay all right I'm 24 Wait, young boy only has an eighth grade education Made it pretty far Can't law Can't law Is how Kencho signs his name?
Starting point is 00:39:37 I bet Okay Anyway, same lawyer I guess I did all that to say same lawyer Right I do think that Dirk has a fighting shot here Obviously Also, that's another thing they say about Finland
Starting point is 00:39:50 Finland's the plea guy Him and Sadoo Like they're gonna get you a nice ass plea I don't think this is obviously not a police situation, right? So he's going to have to fight it, but he could probably try to make some magic work for Dirk. We'll see. We will see.
Starting point is 00:40:10 We did get an update, and apparently this is a new pitcher. So OTFDDD is supposedly currently, well, not supposedly, he's locked up, and apparently it looked like he's having a good old time. He ain't that bothered, you know? This is the first image of OTFDD. that we have gotten and looks like, you know, shit, he might be locked up, but you didn't break in his spirits, you know? He's like, fuck them other d'angas, right?
Starting point is 00:40:34 I get it. I get it, man. I get it. Yo, it's good to y'all. It's good with you. All right. So, yeah, that's OTFDD. But yeah, interesting, interested, interesting.
Starting point is 00:40:49 You know, I just found a mad interest in that. And by the way, he's been held at NBC Los Angeles. MDC Los Angeles This is where Dirk is going to be spending his time For the next few years Okay Let's see
Starting point is 00:41:07 Let's look at it from the outside Ooh ugly looking at us building So this is FDC Los Angeles And Dirk is somewhere here I'll try to see if I can find out What's the conditions that he's

Well, you can buy a watch in jail. I don't even know. Fire. It's got a fire. I'm rocking with that. Get four batteries, you know what I mean?

So A-A batteries, they're gonna do something Oh, here the shoes, let me see the drip Let's see the drip You know, Smirkio got to make sure to drip

Starting point is 00:43:43 Pink salmon. Smoke baby clams. Chicken pouch. What was that? Chicken pouch? What's that? Shredded beef pouch. Turkey sticks.
Starting point is 00:43:54 Beef sausage. Halal. What does that mean? Beef sausage. Beef salami. Spam. Pepparoni slices. Oh yeah.
Starting point is 00:44:08 You got to keep away the pork away from my boy Smirkio now. You don't fuck with that. Hot snack sticks. Okay. Granola bar fruit. Deluxe trail mix. Raw almonds. Salted cashew.
Starting point is 00:44:24 Oh, cashews. Cornuts, cool ranch. Corn nuts. Okay, honey peanuts. Ooh, honey roasted peanuts? I like those. Salted peanuts. Okay.
Starting point is 00:44:37 What if you get this all the time of day? Time of day. That fire. Burtoscotch candy. This ain't that bad. Now, granted, this is like the, like, this is not their regular menu. This is just stuff you could buy on, I guess, from the commissary store or list. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:44:54 Okay. Gotta get some dental floss in there. Mouthwash. Cotton swabs, toenail clippers. Okay. Can't you turn a toenail clipper into a shank? Fingernail clipper.
Starting point is 00:45:08 A mirror. You definitely turn a mirror into a shank. A body. Body puff? What the hell is that? Deodorant. Okay. All right.
Starting point is 00:45:22 Dirkbread glasses. Green glasses. Greening cars. You can get Mother's Day stuff. T-shirts. You can have some stuff. It's going to be gray. Sweat shirts going to be gray.
Starting point is 00:45:34 Sweatpants gray. Shorts gray. Okay. You get a writing tablet. Okay. They got a bunch of stuff in here, man. I ain't going on. They got a bunch of stuff in there.
Starting point is 00:45:57 Legal activities. Nah, here we go. This is an orientation handbook. They give you an orientation of jail? What the hell going on out here? Hell, now I'll be tight as fuck. I show up to jail, niggas, give me a pamphlet. Introduction. Welcome to the MDC.
Starting point is 00:46:20 What the fuck? Don't tell me welcome. Get out of here. This, the purpose of this booklet is to provide you with general information about the MDC, Los Angeles, as well as program and activities available here. It's not a specific guide to the detailed policies of the Bureau of Prisons. Rather, the material in this handbook will help new inmates more quickly understand what they'll be encountering when they enter prison. and hopefully assist them in their initial adjustment to incarceration. The information contained in this handbook is current to the date of the publication. Take the time to thoroughly read the handbook contents and ask questions to ensure your understanding of the rules and regulations.
Starting point is 00:47:04 Okay, let's see. The staff, we got the warden. He's a chief executive officer who's responsible for a total operation. Okay. All right, then. So we got the associate warden. Associate Warden Programs Discipline
Starting point is 00:47:22 I can't speak Discipline hearing officer Captain Okay fuck all that So there's nine general Housing General population housing units in MDC Obviously we're thinking that
Starting point is 00:47:36 He's not going to be in general population Until For a while You know what I mean he's a new inmate He just got Arrested He's a high profile guy you don't throw them into gp initially right i would think
Starting point is 00:47:50 a housing unit is a self-contained inmate living area that includes both housing sections and an office space for unit staff housing units are divided into three unit teams unit one unit two unit three all right man let me watch a video on this show man i got time for it bro all this reading man mdc los angeles but anyways we're gonna take a trip then a prison from FCI near the roller coat. This is how it looks at side?
Starting point is 00:48:31 Good evening, an MDC officer who thought he was going to check on a fight, walked into a fight for his life. Video shows that corrections officer fending off four inmates who are trying to beat him up and take his radio to keep him from calling for help. News 13th's Chris McKee has that video, Chris. Dean and Justice all happened in an MDC cell block around Thanksgiving. Union leaders tell us this corrections officer could have been killed. Hmm.
Starting point is 00:49:06 Why the hell they got these type of pictures of the nays in jail? Hell no. Did they force you to cut your, like, hair in jail and shit, or no? I hope they don't put it in the... Oh, this is Pelican Bay. What the fuck? For the past 15 years, life for inmate Jeremy Beasley has been simple and stark. 22 and a half hours locked alone in a windowless cell.
Starting point is 00:49:37 Then, for about 90 minutes, he's moved into a concrete pen without wood. windows. Beasley is one of more than a thousand inmates who live in these conditions at Pelican Bay State Prison. California's highest security law. What in the fuck? You watch them. Them little shows y'all watch about like all the drama in jail, they ain't a real jail. This is the real jail, nigga. Nick, I don't hate nobody to do something to them to get to go in there. I don't hate nobody that much. I ain't gonna lock up. What the fuck? Yo, know the craziest part? They said this is this outside time. He probably could only look up.
Starting point is 00:50:30 You get bored of it real quick. I believe that certain people should be isolating. I believe inside MDC Los Angeles. This shit crazy. Okay, here we go. Often hear us tell you about prisoners being put into segregation at the Bernalillo County Jail.
Starting point is 00:51:02 But we've never gotten to see what that looks like until tonight. Action 7 News reporter Regina Reese takes us on an exclusive tour. and shows us where a man accused of shooting a cop is being held. So, Regina, this is the segregation intake four unit. This is where your house all inmates, their administrative segregation with a high classification. Behind the doors of maximum classification segregation
Starting point is 00:51:23 at the Metropolitan Detention Center. Maximum Secured. Now, I would imagine that he would be like max. See, I don't know too much about jails. They definitely have them on some type of protected custody stuff, Sometimes they tell me that protective custody is like maximum security. For the inmates who are put in there, inmates like Christopher Cook, he's charged with attempted murder after Albuquerque police say he shot one of their own,
Starting point is 00:51:53 Officer Lou Golson, during a traffic stop. There's four tiers to a pod in the Mexican unit into the cage area. Each inmate is in a cell by himself. They get just one hour out of the same. They get just one hour out of the cell each day to shower, use the phone, and talk to other inmates. Only one inmate is allowed out at a time. Typically a lot of inmates do sleep. They do review vagal material, correspondence to mail.
Starting point is 00:52:22 I typically like to read a lot too, and hopefully not causing services while they're in custody. Inmates in segregation have the option to spend an hour each day outside, but they have to be in these enclosures, and they are in these by themselves. Some of those inmates, including Christopher Cook, where... Nah, this is crazy. Nah, this is crazy, chat. All right.
Starting point is 00:53:00 I wonder if Dirk could see, like, his family and shit. Uh, yo, so I've seen one of his baby moms. I don't know, I don't know which one this is. Y'all tell me which one this is. Which one of Dirk baby moms is this? There's one of Dirk baby moms named Tyvana. It's posting.
Starting point is 00:53:38 Give me a second. Let me load up the YouTube chat while I'm doing that. By the way, I've been thinking about it more and more. Do you think that... I actually believe Dirk knew this was coming. I think that's why he makes it sound like, oh, my life, bro. I think he got more religious when he knew this was coming. Not saying that him being religious was faith,
Starting point is 00:54:09 but I think he knew it was coming. Okay, did it post yet? Still ain't posted it? What the fuck? Give me a one second. Once I heard... Oh, my... life all my life I have a whole theory to this whole thing
Starting point is 00:54:40 right so welcome to another episode of I remember I remember Dirk like basically tell me he said act I want to do this interview with you this is the last time I'm ever speak about any of this shit but there was an air to him kind of
Starting point is 00:55:00 almost saying yo I'm closing this chapter for once and for I'm closing it I'm closing this chapter right but he was already starting to transition, right? Like, you know, he was, you know, definitely heavy into his faith and everything else. But I think this interview now, I look at it differently because I remember him saying to me, it's an act.
Starting point is 00:55:26 And I know some people were like, yo, they probably thought I was just asking random shit. No, Dirk told me he said, act, you know what the people want you to ask me, ask me. This is the last time I'm ever talking about this shit. And, I mean, I guess now in hindsight, certain things that I think he wanted me to ask him, I didn't ask him. But shit, I think he, I think he kind of knew not that an indictment was coming, but that how he was moving around and operating, he needed to change. He needed to pivot. And I believe this interview was the closing of the chapter on that door. now granted
Starting point is 00:56:10 did he still mention certain stuff in music of course of course yes but was he kind of like angling towards somewhere else yes because he comes out with almost healed afterwards the records he's putting out his all my life yeah
Starting point is 00:56:28 very different right okay did this load up you or no okay so apparently this is one of Dirk's baby moms let's see It's free that innocent man y'all. Free that innocent man. I sound like I saying. He needs to be freed immediately. Um, what I do for a living?
Starting point is 00:56:53 Be cute. Where you work at? What you do for a living? What do you do for a living? If you don't mind me, if you're a problem, you don't got to say nothing because I'm definitely not going to answer. No question. I don't want to answer. So I don't feel you. You don't want to answer that. And you can even lie because you can say anything on the internet. I'm telling you, if people People gonna believe, tell me we don't believe it, some of it was old thinking, it's a lot. It doesn't matter. As long as you know what the stuff to you. Which one of Dirt Babe Mamas is this?
Starting point is 00:57:18 To be on the internet trip and I see it every day. Street life. I just really became like this big fan of Mariahs of Sciences. Yo, women, please, for the life, for the life of me. When a man gets incarcerated, this is not about you. I know recently I've seen women happier for Mariah the scientist than they're happy that young thug got his freedom. But please, for the life of God, please, Dirk,
Starting point is 00:57:56 you don't feel like Mariah the scientist because your baby daddy is locked up. And by the way, he got a fiance. Stop it. Please stop it. Now, of course, I want to be respectful because if y'all have a child together, he is important in your life and you want him to be here to take him. if you're a child, I get it. But please.
Starting point is 00:58:16 I just, listen, I don't want, yo, I hate when women pop up at very inopportune times and they play that little, oh, that was my man right there. Like, you see Queen Vaughn do it with the death of King Vaughn. You see some of these chicks
Starting point is 00:58:33 like, you know what I mean, like part of holding it down and shut the fuck up and holding it down. You know what I mean? Just show up to court appearances. And by the way, I'm going to be honest with you, I think Mariah kind of did that. So I can't give Mariah no flag.
Starting point is 00:58:47 She kind of, only that one time she talked about him. But other than that, she shut the fuck up and just went to court hearings. I think she went to court hearings. But she was definitely showing up with Jeff on a little video calls. You know what I mean? Perking up them titty's and showing off the, you like the fucking, you like the Cuban link? Anyway, which one of Dirk's baby moms is this?
Starting point is 00:59:10 Tomah she could identify with Mariah, the scientist. Isn't that kind of sad? Women want to identify with other women that have a nigger locked up. Like, this is like a really nasty bad culture we're in. You're excited to identify with another woman that had a man go to jail. What's going on out here? Hey, don't get me wrong. I've heard her for a well now.
Starting point is 00:59:35 But I actually, actually am a man now. Like, it's up for me get through this little phase I'm going through. Anywhole, what do y'all do for a little bit? What do y'all do for a letter? Yes, free that innocent mean, y'all. Yes, free that innocent me, y'all. Free their innocent man. T for folks says she's the mother of the sonny just claimed.
Starting point is 00:59:57 Is he the one, is she the one that was, like, mad that he didn't include that kid in, like, his little collage of kids? Travana. Little Dirk. Let's see. Okay, here she is. She says, I don't care to make the shade room. Tell him to come to court and take the test and get it. it over with Shade Room and Dirk.
Starting point is 01:00:21 Oh, she aired them out. She says, I feel where y'all coming from, sending me the BS. But at the same time, I don't care about a word he says because his word means nothing. How you the voice but leave your blood, son, out the mix, for whatever reason, shaking my head. When it reveal itself once they catch up to him, I don't want no apologies. Oh, what? Yeah, that's the thing with women. wishing bad for you online.
Starting point is 01:00:51 You get locked up or something happens. Oh, my, my baby daddy. Yo, show me, she over here, wishing bad on the nigger. She said, when it catch up to him, I don't want to hear no apologies. She said, I don't Romeo, the main one hurt. But everybody thinking about their own grown-ass feelings, image why I make a post instead of going to pick your kids up. Ain't like they fin of read it the fuck.
Starting point is 01:01:13 You do everything for the internet. Now, good night. I got a big day ahead of me. And she said, another thing, him making a post. leaving Romeo name out. Don't make him not your son. He still out your blood in his veins, but continue on for the internet.
Starting point is 01:01:27 I'll be biting my tongue until they bleed, y'all. But I'm human. I'm fed to fuck up. But my fate's strong, and I'm not giving up. This is my baby fight. That he won't fight alone. I'll take every blow for my baby. I hate the arenet, but it got me to court.
Starting point is 01:01:45 It's helping with resolutions because privately, we being stepped on I'm going to bed for real y'all send one up for me just say if you made it known to a child you're the parent you're the dad they're going to look for you they ain't going to just forget you and what I talked
Starting point is 01:02:06 about which I planned was see I make fake pages talk crazy but okay man you were not who you are now I was giving you rise to the studio buying you white castle because you had to wait for checks and different stuff when you were with This is the same one saying that she feel like Mariah the scientist.
Starting point is 01:02:36 I don't want him. I don't. He looks like a stud now. You know, he's not the... Yo, these six were talking the craziest about you. Then you get locked up. Free my man. Handsome clean cut faded man that he was back when we did have sex.
Starting point is 01:02:54 So this whole new type pants and that's not even what I'm into. Why the hell so many people are trying to tell me to slow. down seems like motherfuckers should be shutting the hell up and enjoying the show we have to you know it's this it's the internet and he's not you know trying to you know what's going on that's tried to face time and about my son and couldn't understand why he wasn't acknowledging him we're kind of like oh did she found out about Romeo his other son how did she go from saying she the fifth baby mama to now to six and I had people to tagging me in like different little blog sites and stuff like this is a baby mama this
Starting point is 01:03:40 romeo mom or whatever and then on making my business to care i have dirk's number i has his mom i don't i don't make it my business to interrupt a family because i know we have a family you know i have a family of my own i have you know it's not like i'm it's not about him it's about my child so they facetime my son last week his mom facetime my son she said she said she promised me she said dirk said he's going to call we're going to try to work this so I'm like, okay. I'm like, okay. I wonder what women think or expect.
Starting point is 01:04:19 And by the way, I see this lady here says she didn't expect to interrupt Dirk's family. But when a man has like seven kids or eight kids, how much time you think you don't have for yo kid? He's a touring artist, a celebrity. He's all over the place. He probably don't even live in the same city as your son. or you, and he has several other households, he has to split time and resources. I'm always, like, confused when a woman laid out unprotected
Starting point is 01:04:51 with a man that has multiple other households that they're responsible for. Like, what was your goal there? To get some dick? Like, I'm, like, genuinely confused, because what she's complaining about here is, like, And they got nine kids. What do you want him to do? Mind you, my son, seven.
Starting point is 01:05:14 I've been waiting. He FaceTime my son. My son cried the almost the entire FaceTime. I want to see a full body picture. Queen Chavona. Let's see. It's your Instagram. Let me see her.
Starting point is 01:05:32 Not a saying. Is that her? No. Queen Chavona. Let's see. Chavonna Dirk baby mom. Oh. Is it my spelling right?
Starting point is 01:06:13 Oh, that might say. Oh, she deleted her page. Okay. Whatever. And you know, you can hear dirt kind of, what's wrong? What's wrong? You know, don't cry. You know, he's not real emotional.
Starting point is 01:06:26 He's emotionless. He's real emotionless. So he's just kind of like, little bro, little bro. You're calling your son, little bro. You know, but I didn't want to interview. He, he, he, he, he, he, he. You know, my man, said, Yo, my bad chat.
Starting point is 01:06:46 My bad chat. Yo. Yeah, I'm sorry, Chad. Yo, once again, yo, you know, I know my chat queens understand me. I'm never like, you know, I'm not trying to be anti-my, my women here. but we do got to yo when y'all you know what the rest of society thinks
Starting point is 01:07:17 when y'all all go have kids by a young boy and dirk y'all y'all inherit them problems you got signed up for that there's mad other dudes i don't got kids when you go have babies by a nigga that got 10 kids you're supposed to have 10 kids problem you know he said
Starting point is 01:07:35 he said dirk said your little bro yo that's that fucking yo yo I don't know why i expect to be like son son like not you're a little bro being because it's y'all calling his phone y'all talking to him y'all his people i don't want to get in the middle of that you know so his mom he was telling his mom mom we got to get him we got to get him we got to see him you know so they asking me when does he get out of school i tell them the dates and okay nothing happens
Starting point is 01:08:13 it's just been a lot of false hope y'all see how emotional he gets when he's he talks to y'all. Y'all see that these are real feelings from an innocent child that did not ask to be here. Why do y'all feel it's okay or even necessary to go back and forth? Now, I understand if you completely just don't want to be a part of his life, you need to be a man and say that. So my child does not feel like he has that hope for, oh, maybe one day is going to happen because your mom call all the time. I'm still moving to you. You know, and I'm tired of you saying you understand, but listen I know that life has been kicking. What the fuck is that?
Starting point is 01:08:51 Father, I feel like you should do more than what you're doing. If that's what you're portraying to the internet, don't leave one out. You know, he don't have no reason. And if you're not going to be active, you need to support. You need to support. Do you feel like, no, no, no, go ahead, say that again. I'm sorry. I could care less about seeing Dirk or talking to Dirk.
Starting point is 01:09:12 It's about my son. Yeah. Oh, that he. A piece. I don't understand. I don't understand. But what makes it so bad is I feel like this is the way to get to him. Like I said, you're, okay, you're upset and worried about India,
Starting point is 01:09:30 finding out about my son, about a child that you didn't tell her about, that you knew about when you got in a relationship with her. That's where the problem is coming in, which is why you gave her $100K for hush money, which is why you took her on a guilt trip and y'all had a photographer there to make y'all self look fake happy. It's all internet. You know, deep down inside all that pain and the voice and the music, you know that stuff east you up, but why not just do the right thing? I'll tell his mom all the time.
Starting point is 01:09:57 He don't have to post my son. He don't have to show the world that my son is he is. He don't have to do any of that. That's not who I am or this would have happened a long time ago. I've been asked to talk to people and do interviews and all of that. I chose not to because I don't want nobody coming to look for something that I don't have. I'm a regular person. I live a peaceful, happy regular life. I don't, you know, designer means nothing to me. Let me see. A little,
Starting point is 01:10:24 little dirk Romeo's son. Oh yeah, I'm here you with the little bro too. Little bro. Little bro. Little bro. Little bro.
Starting point is 01:10:41 That's just so funny. To me, I'm not living beyond my means. I'm not a Jada or A. I'm not any of that. Okay. All right. like it what she's saying but I don't like the fact that no yo teachic stop embarrassing the nigga who you expect to pay you man because that nigga always gonna be salty afterwards man
Starting point is 01:10:58 keep your non known ass off the internet I rather you complain to the courts than you go on tasha kate that's not who I am and that's not who I'm trying to become I'm 28 years old you know and I'm trying to just make sure that my son he loves football my baby loves football he wants to go to the NFL you know what I mean those are dreams that he is at seven years old. He lays in his bed and watch you two football players all day long, different plays, different. I mean, I constantly got to yell about her running through the house
Starting point is 01:11:29 throwing the ball because that's just so much. But I want to be able to send him to AAU team. Oh, shit. Oh, yeah. Oh, shit. They said Dirk only claimed his son when his son popped. The nigger she was fucking. Oh, shit.
Starting point is 01:11:44 Nah. Yeah, Dirk probably was waiting on the DNA test. But fuck the DNA test You know that Smirkio's son when this happened Oh, this is the one Look Oh shit, that's Dirk's son right there That Dirk's son right there
Starting point is 01:12:10 Then didn't the thing you do like I interview Or something? Yo This is what the niggins say, oh Dirk come get your son Oh, this is the girl? Yo, which error was Dirkin when he was fucking her? Jesus This one Dirk said, yo This is what the nigga said, come get your son
Starting point is 01:12:36 look I remember the nigga was like your bro come get your son bro yeah of course you got to call that nigga little bro damn I ain't know it was him or you even got on live
Starting point is 01:13:17 saying free free dad yo what's up dirky old fans what I play on I play on I play in P's 5 I ain't gonna lie
Starting point is 01:13:28 this is young Dirk for really You already shot a nigga like you already know what it is Dirk's son I already shot a nigga you already know how he'd get it up I'm gonna love mama come on bro I never can do more in this what's it said what team you
Starting point is 01:13:48 playing with I'm all all roll on the glory of the glory but I'm really like that I play with the Nebraska but don't don't do that because I don't think Nebraska like that I'm not Hayden yeah play Fortnite I'm really cooking for real I'm the number one, I'm the number. Where you're going to get out someone? You're going to get out. Yeah, free my dad, free my dad. Free my dad on bro.
Starting point is 01:14:43 On bro. On bro. Free my pops. He's getting out soon. On phone him. Free my dad. Free my dad. Free my dad.
Starting point is 01:14:54 Free my dad. Free my dad. From my dad. Where are you going to get out soon? You're going to get out son. Yeah, I can't wait to have a son. I'm calling him little bro. Fuck all that.
Starting point is 01:15:06 You're a little bro. You're a little bro. Yeah, I remember what... Yo, where's the nigga? This is what he said. He said, yo, Dirk, come get your son. You said, I'd never thought in a million years. A kid I bought four-wheelers and paid for football leagues.
Starting point is 01:15:25 This is why I keep telling y'all, man. The dad that stepped up is a dad. He's a stepdad who gets shot. Real talk. Let's keep it to the beam. I shot in the stomach. I'm up in the stomach. God damn, I don't even want to show it.
Starting point is 01:15:43 Say pay for everything for this nigga. He said, dirt, go get your son. He definitely said, come get your son. I can't find the thing where. All right. Okay. So that's the kid. Different stuff like that.
Starting point is 01:16:12 You know what I'm saying? You're fortunate enough to sponsor that. You don't want to be there as a dad. Be a sponsor. You know, that's my thing. You can help him without being there. You know, I don't really, really, you could teach him anything with.
Starting point is 01:16:25 Yo, your big 201. I'm with you. Yo, Tia's son really ain't beyond shit These things is like catching failure to... Yo, Dirk's son almost caught a body at like eight. Like, if Dirk's son grow up and he with the shits, I'm gonna believe him. Dirk's son could say, yo, dad never called me son of Dana's life.
Starting point is 01:16:48 He called me little bro. I was like a gang member. I was like ganging him. Dad would show up like to Christmas and be like, oh, I'm falling on grave, man. Here's your first Glock. That's all I remember. with pops.
Starting point is 01:17:01 Then pops got that pops went to jail and I said Free my dad on bro. Yeah. Dirk's son I believe. Tia son, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah.
Starting point is 01:17:21 Blind dreads and platinum teeth. I don't feel like you can teach my son anything. You know what I mean? Yeah. Yeah, why did you try that? Why should sneak this in Dirk talking about Dirk can't teach a son and tell my all you got is blonde dress.
Starting point is 01:17:34 Your son. And eventually, like, you know, he puts some blonde in his head too. It's cool. Like father-like son. Feel me? Yeah, right here. Yeah. Real nigger.
Starting point is 01:17:49 ...without being there. You know, I don't really... You could teach him anything with blind dreads and platinum teeth. I don't feel like you can teach my son anything. You know what I mean? Yeah. But reality is still reality. He knows that you're his dad and that hurts him.
Starting point is 01:18:03 And for you to sit on FaceTime and watch him cry, because he hasn't talked to you or seeing you, and this is his first time interacting with you that he can remember and he's hurt and you don't feel no remorse for that. I'm just tired. You know, so this is why I'm coming to you all now because- By the way, and just to be very clear,
Starting point is 01:18:23 I completely understand her frustration. I just want to tell, like, this is just a thing of mine and maybe, like, it's probably, I'm speaking from experience from people around me. you know when you if you're a baby mama a girlfriend a sibling a friend of somebody that is in the limelight please don't make the only time you're seen you talking down on them you get what i'm saying like you're going to have these frustrations like yeah i get it dirk probably should have done more right like again you know even though i'm blaming a woman knowing that dirk had mad kids you lay down with
Starting point is 01:19:02 him. I'm blaming Dirk too. You're creating these broken homes and you're going to have to deal with a lot of people who are hurt behind you not being there even if you have the money to support. So it's his fault too. But it's like neutral fault, right? Don't hop online. Like, you know what I mean? If you're an ex-girlfriend of a rapper, don't come on my platform or nobody else's
Starting point is 01:19:30 platform trying to expose it. If you're a baby mama, like, because his thing, you got to deal with that person afterwards and sometimes you get it to me it's a waste of time and if the only time people see you like the only time we're seeing her is her kind of lashing out of dirt it looks away i'm tired you know i have to be his voice what if you were to start a go-fund me plus what he has go you what can you show him it's not even that just be you can't teach my son anything what can you teach him what are you doing that is making me just have that desire for you to just you know us to just want and let me say this this respectfully to shorty my mom and my dad were married right um
Starting point is 01:20:28 they layered divorce when i was young i went to live my mom's let me tell this and i'm just speaking truthfully and if if y'all could identify i say one y'all can't identify say zero so i've lived majority of my life or not much or all my life with my grandmother and my mom my dad was there for a certain period of time let me tell you this when you're a man no matter how much time you spend with your money and no matter how much time you spent with your granny or your auntie you are man your father's influence on you is always going to be felt for example my father I knew I felt pressure I'm the last of three boys I'm
Starting point is 01:21:11 I felt, well, my mom's, I felt pressure to live up to, my father was seen as a great man and where I was from, you know what I mean? He was a principal. He was a leader of the community. Like, like he was, a guy who was kind of powerful. I couldn't come be no bum. So that's why I think sometimes moms don't understand. Moms give the nurturing.
Starting point is 01:21:35 We love single moms. We love moms in general. But let's be very clear. when y'all growing up these boys, it don't matter if that dad is only there even 100th of the time that you're there. They're having a profound influence on your son. I guarantee, even though Dirk probably wasn't there that much,
Starting point is 01:21:58 that son, he wants to be like his daddy. He wants to be better than his daddy. He wants his daddy to be proud of him. I guarantee it. I'm, again, maybe I'm speaking for me. and I'm just telling you how respectfully to all the women who have boys
Starting point is 01:22:17 trust you feel what I'm saying especially when this is how men are like you're a young kid if everybody told me out your dad is that nigger you want to be that nigger you want to like this is where you get the niggas even as fucked up as like king and shit like that
Starting point is 01:22:33 for everybody told them all your dad T.I and even though you're rich as fuck you now trying to compensate because you're want to be that guy too it's within us so i do want to say to uh chavana and not not really her because this is an old issue i really want to say to a lot of women who think like that like trust me when y'all have boys you know especially if the man you had that person with is someone um of some type of substance no matter if they around that son going to that's someone to be that be that person
Starting point is 01:23:10 want to be around you what can you show him it's not even that just support him you don't have to be in his life it's no dying urge for us to just oh dirk dirk dirk you were read like seven years ago when my son was born you are not who you are now I was giving you rise to the studio buying you white castle because you had to wait
Starting point is 01:23:32 dirk was eating white castle last somebody white gas I was mad gassing Who the fuck be eating White Castle? I want to chat for you eat White Castle. Nick, every time I eat White Castle, niggas, I'm over here fighting with a toilet. That's another thing about a woman, though. I'm going to be honest with you.
Starting point is 01:23:59 Love y'all women. And I love the women who are there for you when you don't have it. But trust and believe. This is why sometimes there's been moments. Like, in my story, I was never really ever homeless, but in my story, I'm a Jack being homeless. like two, three weeks. I was really in between apartments.
Starting point is 01:24:21 I was about to get another apartment like two three. I could have went home to my mama. But like I was, I was like, my mom is too strict. You know what I mean? Like she, no matter how old you are, she's, she's like, you like a child. So I was like, fuck that. And I had a car.
Starting point is 01:24:33 And I had some other girl. I had like women. I had women that I was like, you know, deal with, right? Xs or whoever. And I could have stayed with them, but I was just like, eh, I slept to my car for like two weeks. That's my home story. But I'm going to tell you why.
Starting point is 01:24:48 and go, like, go hang, like, go stay at one of my, like, joints I was smashing spot. Because trust and believe, a woman will help you out at your lowest, but she will never let you fucking forget. I'm telling you, a girl going to remind you of the moments you were at your lowest that they did one thing for you. She'll never let that go. I bought you white cast, how about you this? Remember what you're talking about you the voice,
Starting point is 01:25:26 But you wasn't the voice when we were in the drive-to. You wasn't saying shit. You ain't had no money, you broke ass motherfucker. You ain't had them wicks. Your breath used to stink. You ain't used to use no cold game. I used to be the... Trust and believe.
Starting point is 01:25:42 Chat, y'all notice, man. A woman ain't gonna never let you forget. So when I was sleeping at that car, you know what I said? Better than have a bitch called and be like, remember when you was homeless, you bitch-ass motherfucker? I see you with the Mayback and shit. I see you. You think you hot now?
Starting point is 01:26:02 Fucked! I'm starving now you know. Oh, hell now. You got to let them get it, bro. I'm telling you, chat. Got to let them rock. Bro, she remember, I guarantee if you ask this woman, what was Dirk order from White Castle?
Starting point is 01:26:21 She know it without a doubt. She know that shit without a doubt. out, bro. You get what I'm saying? Trust. Bitch ass, I used to bring you to White Castle before the studio.
Starting point is 01:26:36 Doug, you were red. Like seven years ago when my son was born, you are not who you. Yo, women, women like to bring you back to where you came from,
Starting point is 01:26:46 not where you're going or where you're at. Right? For them, it's a humbling thing, right? They're like, yo, okay, I know you,
Starting point is 01:26:52 you're feeling yourself right now, but I remember you when you were here. You know what I mean? You are now. I was giving you rise to the studio buying you White Castle because you had to wait for checks and different stuff when you were with other companies and all of that. You didn't even have title to your money. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 01:27:12 Now you're stacking it up in your face talking about how you take care of all your kids, but you ain't sent my son nothing. He ain't Boosie. Now, I got to give it to La Bootsie. Little Bootsie have all his children at the house. Oh, no, no, no, no. No, I'm saying. No, I'm saying he ain't Boosy. Like he on the internet and talking about, oh, he taking care of his children.
Starting point is 01:27:31 No, you're not Bootsie. Little Boosie take care of his kids. I definitely give Saloo Boosie because he definitely take care of his. Even though he may not like the baby mother at times the mom. Early that this is what you do, them white lawyers. All right, all right, enough of that. Enough of that. So now we know who this woman is.
Starting point is 01:27:51 Oh, this. Oh, then Dirk responded. He said, how am I the voice of trenches? I take care of my kids, but don't spend time with them. My goal is to become better, is to better my relationship with them, not shit else or blame everyone else around me. I'm a great father,
Starting point is 01:28:10 and I'm going to step it up and lock in and become the voice. Love y'all. Big Sky, Baby Sky, Bella, Willow, Doom, Angelo, Zaden. I guess this is where Romeo name should have been? Okay. All right. Make all the sense of the world. Okay.
Starting point is 01:28:32 Crazy shit, man. All right. Let's kind of move on to a few other topics here, people. Let's move on to a few other topics. I like who my lead story gets me about an hour and 30, so we're good. All right, let's hit some quick topics real quick. Mike Tyson and Jake Paul, okay? The press conference happened and looked like Mike must have forgot the script.
Starting point is 01:28:58 Let me actually find the longer video it is because what the hell? is going on with this shit. Now, by the way, you know, I was actually shocked that there was any violence at the press conference because this is going to be shown on Netflix. But at the end of the day, it is boxing. So boxing is violence anyway. Mike Tyson, Jake Paul,
Starting point is 01:29:16 press conference. I think this is a... No, it's not a final press conference. What was it then? Oh, it's a way in. Okay, okay, okay. My bad. Way in. Which is the fight tomorrow, chat?
Starting point is 01:29:36 Oh, he was streaming on Netflix. One of the top prospects Okay, you don't know these people Here we go By the way, I want to give Jake a lot of credit Yo, he's done a lot for women boxing like I think this is a manna Serra Like he puts her on all his fights like he really like fucks with this woman bro no cap. Okay, this is Jake Paul right here Let's see what he got going on
Starting point is 01:30:03 They say he's the baddest man on the planet. So let's find out Oh, it's tomorrow night. Oh, we lit, chat. Tomorrow night we lit. Where am I going to watch a fight at? Chad, should I stream the fight? Should I stream the fight? Should I stream the fight?
Starting point is 01:31:06 I mean, I can't show the fight, like the fight itself, but like, shit, I don't know how I could do it. But I know Netflix, it's a Netflix fight. Victories versus just six losses with 44. of those wins coming by way of knockout and 22 of those knockouts come why this looks like eric trump within the very first round fighting out of brownsville and the catskills new york ladies and gentlemen the former lino heavyweight champion and the former undisputed heavyweight champion Iron Mike Tyson
Starting point is 01:31:55 It was good why I laughed it for Jake. Why they're showing Mike from like 50 years ago when they were in there trying to say that. Look at this. All right, okay, here we go. Okay. They got this thing in a Vasachi brief? What's going on out here? Wait, that think I got a six-back still?
Starting point is 01:32:25 Ain't no fucking way. How that think almost catches a stroke? And still got a six-back. He do look kinda fit though, Paul. Hit, though, pause. Like, no, I can't say no ditty. I don't want to get into Christian Combs. He got a six-pack.
Starting point is 01:32:57 Oh, chill, Mike, chill, Mike. No ditty, Mike, no ditty. Yo, is Mike on steroids? Y'all how old is Mike Tyson? Mike Tyson. Like, bro, how does he have, how does he have, like, even that much muscle still? Like, he's at 58.
Starting point is 01:33:35 Bro, how does he have that? Bro, he has a lot of muscle. How? Oh shit. Oh, nah, he... Wait a little. Wait, why is Jake Paul crawling? Why the fuck is he crawling?
Starting point is 01:34:14 Oh, nah. He slapped him instantly. Okay, Jake took it. I ain't going to lie to you. Yo, I think Jake... I think... When I look at Jake, I know he's... He's a pretty decent fighter.
Starting point is 01:34:42 But I look at Jake as why he was successful on YouTube. He's about running up the fucking back. Reportedly, I don't know if you guys heard this. He's supposed to make $40 million. Mike is only making $20. Bro, Mike fought for 20 years or however long he fought for.
Starting point is 01:34:59 Like, Mike might have CTE from getting hit by my motherfucking Van der Holyfield. You get what I'm seeing? Lennox Lewis. Just piecing him up type shit. You know what I'm saying? Mike is fought. All his life. Jake Paul, what he's good at is being a marketer of the best sorts.
Starting point is 01:35:18 He's going to get paid allegedly twice the amount as Mike just because he's the one who's kind of pushing the envelope and creating these fights. So, yeah, obviously $20 million is no, is no, no, no, no, no, Trump change. But allegedly Jake Paul is getting paid more. Yeah, and, yo, drill, I agree with you. This is 100% of money grab. Of course it's a money grab. So, like, this is what I'm actually reacting to his reaction. Yo, if I'm trying to, like, run this up, even though, by the way, we're not going to hear about pay-per-view because this is on Netflix.
Starting point is 01:35:57 Bro, but we want to get more of these fights. Yeah, slap me, nigga. Like, pause. Like, slap me at the fucking way in. Yeah, it's going to go viral, right? Some people have been like, oh, no, Mike is old. but a good slap. Now, if he slapped Mike,
Starting point is 01:36:12 it would be a very different dynamic because now it would be rooting for Mike to say, yo, you can't let his white kid bully you. You're like you're Mike Tyson, right? But this is good promo. I think that he told Mike, yo, bro, you can slap me. As soon as you see me slap a shit out of me, bro.
Starting point is 01:36:28 We got to go viral. That's why I think Jake is good. Jake is good because for most fighters, they're actually just so genuine that is boring. like if they're like they don't see the entertainment aspect for the crowd if someone gets slapped Jake sees it Jake's like yes fucking going to the moon with this bitch look what's up with this hair cut every everybody these white dudes keep having
Starting point is 01:36:57 our main event to Andrew Shult said this shit too what's going on with this man I thought there's another angle I thought there's another angle to the... Oh, oh, no, that's the same thing, same thing. Yeah, this is going to go up. I'm watching it. Yeah, that's all Mike had to do. Just slap him once.
Starting point is 01:37:36 Make all the blogs. Now we know the fights tomorrow. It went viral. Because I think since they rescheduled a fight, people are like, uh, is it so happening? When is it? It's sometime in November. But sometimes you got to let everybody lock it on the moment.
Starting point is 01:37:50 Now we realize tomorrow is going down. Good slap. That's probably the best slap Jake ever took. I'm sorry I think about this in just marketing terms this is great okay no problem no problem look at this thing he's just doing weird shit we'll get a quick word with Mike here in a moment
Starting point is 01:38:09 he's making his way over the legend the pride of Brownsville Mike can I ask the world is excited to see you one last time perhaps yo how does Mike look like this can you just tell us the emotions the thoughts that are going through your mind right now
Starting point is 01:38:26 talking's over Why did you why did you push him there? All right, that's it. Oh shit. Yo, would it be some crazy? Here's what I think. This is me personally. I think there's a little bit of head nod, wink, wink.
Starting point is 01:38:47 Like, yo, listen, this is going to be, this is going to come to a decision. I think it's going to be a Tyson decision. But it's going to, I think they probably kind of like, yo, we're not knocking each other. route okay not like you know this is like here's the thing with boxing when you get to this level or at least this type of boxing why knock each other out i've always thought um floyd and and logan could have went for a second one or definitely um floyd and what's a guy name Connor bro if you're getting 40 million and be like yo your mike you'll hit me with a couple good body shots. I'm going to hit you with a couple good one.
Starting point is 01:39:30 We're going to make both people who hate me think you really got it. People who like me think that I really overperform. And we're going to do this again. I'm going to get another 40 million and then we're going to get you to 30 million. This is like this is how I would be thinking that they're playing it. Right. Like yo, we're going to nobody, if you knock someone out, it's over. Right?
Starting point is 01:39:50 Like we don't want to see it again. But if it's a competitive thing. But imagine if Tyson agrees like, okay, cool, that's everything. Yeah. Yeah, but remember it's iron Mike Say he takes the money And just knock that nigga out Now granted, I don't know how Mike looks
Starting point is 01:40:06 In actual boxing these days We've seen the sparring shit But I ain't seen him fight nobody That's the only thing Like everybody, well, I'm not gonna say everybody looks good Just like swinging in the air That's it for Mike Tyson He walks away
Starting point is 01:40:20 Jake, he says the talk is over You just felt his power I think Jake on steroids What did that feel? So you felt his power. Why did he do that to you? I didn't even feel it. He's angry.
Starting point is 01:40:37 He's an angry little elf. Mike Tyson, I thought that was a cute slap, buddy, but tomorrow you're getting knocked the fuck out. Yo, the only part that's wrong with the marketing here is that Jake, I think over time, especially with Logan being so, I don't know,
Starting point is 01:40:53 for whatever reason, there's always some shit where people dislike Logan, lunchable ease and all this other stuff. Jake is, became more liked. It's like people realize like, hey, maybe Jake wasn't that bad. And it's, that hurts him in boxing because I think he's made the most amount of money selling himself as the villain, but people aren't seeing the Evelyn in him. You know what I mean? This is kind of like wrestling. You got to make people think you're like legit the bad guy. And, you know, I don't think
Starting point is 01:41:23 people really look at Jake Paul like that. I don't think people hate him anymore like that. People used to look at him as entitled. Now people feel like he's put enough, put at least decent amount of work. I don't know. This is acting. This is full of acting right here. But shit, I'd act two for 40 million dollars.
Starting point is 01:41:44 Let's go. Everyone one last time. One thing with Jake, even though he's a YouTuber, he doesn't have the talk game. He don't got a talk game like Connor. Like Connor is a guy. He's like, when Connor starts talking shit, he's going to get under your skin
Starting point is 01:42:03 and you're going to really like him or really fucking hate him. Jake isn't that. That's where he could improve. He got to know how to, like, I mean, either that or you got to be Floyd, but he's not Floyd. Like, you know, Floyd wasn't never the best talker,
Starting point is 01:42:17 but, you know, he, he knew how to hit the one-liners. He knew how to flash, flaunt, and create the image that people would dislike, right? Agent Broder's a pretty good talker, but he keep losing. And there he is. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 01:42:35 My dad. I'm smarter than that. Where's this fight at Vegas? I guess so Who else is fighting on this shit? I don't know, nobody else but these two. All right. It's kind of worse.
Starting point is 01:42:50 All right, good. I'll actually tune in tomorrow. I don't know if I could stream it if I could. Or maybe I do like a watch party and I just like do an Iro stream type shit. I don't know. Whatever. We'll see.
Starting point is 01:43:03 All right. Update on the Yselt trial, man. This shit is in shambles. Like, yo, you could tell this courtroom, yo, let me tell you how predatory and just like, people don't give a fuck about nothing else other than the celebrities. Niggins, they can't even get a good camera angle no more
Starting point is 01:43:23 up in this goddamn court ever since young thug got out. Young thug left the trial, and now they got like CCTV footage, nigga, okay? Anyway, I'm being facetious. The camera's still there. Anyway, the prosecutors now have. having somebody on the stand. And the things you're asking,
Starting point is 01:43:44 I don't know if I gave you this update before. Juror, YSEL trial, there's a juror that came out that said, yo, listen, after watching this shit show is no way I could be biased. I could be unbiased. A jury in the YSelt trial was asked to be removed from the jury on Tuesday,
Starting point is 01:44:01 I think it's last Tuesday, and predicted that the long-running trial could last the last several more months before coming to close. This was the juror said. Let me see. The juror said, okay. So we have another issue because we can't have one normal,
Starting point is 01:44:20 non, no issue trial day in a row. It says, she said, a juror sent two emails to her assistant on Monday morning. She read the messages to the prosecution defense. I am requesting, this is a juror saying this, I'm requesting to be removed from the current case. due to the length of this trial and how the state has handled the case, I can no longer be biased towards any decisions moving forward.
Starting point is 01:44:44 Yesterday provided a glimpse of how the state presented its evidence, and I foresee another three to six months with the remaining defendants. The second email is similar, but it said, I will be biased towards any decisions moving forward. the judge actually noted that and actually said this is the same juror who a few months ago asked to be removed from the case and provided no reason whatsoever so I just ignored it I just said you're not removed doesn't work that way and so I think this is a ploy to get off the case that he's sick of being on because he's taking up his time okay I don't
Starting point is 01:45:26 if I have a full I can get a video of this but essentially the judge said even though you email me saying you're going to be biased. I'm not allowing you to get off the case. Here we go. When you have a moment, please relay this to the judge. Good morning, Judge Whitaker. I am requesting to be removed from
Starting point is 01:45:47 the current case due to the length of this trial and how the state has handled this case. I can no longer be unbiased towards any decisions moving forward. Yesterday provided a glimpse of how the state presented its evidence and I foresee another three to six months.
Starting point is 01:46:03 with the remaining defendants, thanks. But then that's not what he really meant to send because he said, I didn't mean to send this version, not the other one with a minor correction. Hope all as well when you have a moment, can you relay this email to the judge? Good morning, Judge Whitaker.
Starting point is 01:46:22 I am requesting to be removed from the current case due to the length of this trial and how the state has handled this case. I will be biased towards any decisions moving forward. yesterday provided a glimpse of how the state presented its evidence and I foresee another three to six months with the remaining defendants thanks yeah so him and not the other one with a minor correction today and then this was the judge basically said about it um and so I think this is just a ploy to get off of a case that he's sick of being on because it's taking up his time Um, is, is the audio mismatched a bit? Hold on. Sorry.
Starting point is 01:47:11 Obviously, we can have him out and privately around and ask what is the audio bad. Whatever question we want of him. What anybody has to say about it. I don't. Why is the audio like that? Below so people can reach out. Okay. The audio is a fuck.
Starting point is 01:47:48 definitely offers the audio it's not my audio it's the audio of me playing shit okay it should be fixed now sorry no from the court oh it's not fixed perspective support and stuff like
Starting point is 01:48:13 it is fixed it's just the um so so it's this actual thing if this would be appropriate but i would have no objection to informing this juror that it might not be three to six months. And I think that's, it might not be three to six months or whatever he said. And I think that is accurate and honest at this point. I mean, I think it would be fair to say we have no expectation, no expectation that it'll be another three to six months.
Starting point is 01:48:53 Towards any decisions, whatever that means. No, he does. didn't. He said I will. It's to my assistant. When you have a moment, please relay this. The judge hates the prosecution. The prosecution has made the point saying, yo,
Starting point is 01:49:26 they criticize how we're presenting the case and say they can't be unbiased. It's very fair to assume that their biasedness might go against us if they criticize us claiming that's why they're unbiased. and the judge basically said, nope, I don't care. Look. No, he didn't. He said, I will be biased towards any decisions moving forward. Yesterday provided a glimpse of how the state presented its evidence,
Starting point is 01:50:11 and I foresee another three to six months with the remaining descendants. And frankly, you have to start a case unbiased, but as you listen to the evidence, as long as you don't deliberate with anybody, You can mold the evidence in your own mind. And frankly, if y'all are presenting the case in a way that is driving a juror crazy, that's on you. Bad, bad, bad. Anyway.
Starting point is 01:51:01 And while that's pulling up, have you ever heard of... Okay, so today, prosecution put a witness on a stand, and they asked them a very interesting question. of the term smoking an op-pack? I have. Okay. What is your understanding when you've heard that terminology? An op-pack is a play on words,
Starting point is 01:51:24 like when you talk about a pack-allowed or like marijuana or drugs. So now when they come in and they say, they'll say, we're smoking on this person that's dead. It's just another way of disrespecting the opposition when they get killed. So saying a new op-pack just came in, they're smoking on these people.
Starting point is 01:51:43 It's very, very common among families. language, especially when there's a murder that takes place. And now looking at 462VB, Joey underscore Hearst 24, was that an actual page or was that a trolling page? That was a page that was trolling pretty... Sustained. Okay.
Starting point is 01:52:08 Were you familiar with that page? I was not. Okay. Were you familiar with anyone being associated with that page? I was not. sitting here they do you do you recall what the the picture that's in the caption what that said with the picture itself
Starting point is 01:52:26 what's this damn smoking your pack ha ha you fatherless now Jesus Christ bye bye somebody another fatherless child what song is that that's that blue face song about three
Starting point is 01:52:52 Damn. The profile picture. I can't see. It seems like a drawing of some sort. And again, was this an example of some of the inflammatory post that you were seeing that you capture? Yes. And while that's pulling... Jesus Christ.
Starting point is 01:53:14 Not going to lie, man. It's not looking good, man. This prosecutor is cooked. I haven't seen the other prosecutor in the courtroom in a minute. This is in shambles. Now, there is a murder charge that's still lingering. So we're going to see, I think that's the one for Yak-Goddy. We got to see if that's going to, is that going to hold?
Starting point is 01:53:35 Again, I guess it's going to go to trial or, I mean, go to jury. I usually say everything when it comes to a recall charge results in a guilty, a guilty conviction. But this is a shit show here, bro. This one's a shit show. I don't know. I don't know at all. And while that's...
Starting point is 01:53:58 Real quick. Let's see. Play this yet. You can tell they were. Okay. Well, we talked about the six-nine stuff already. Did we talk about? Sean Combs tried to kill a record executive.
Starting point is 01:54:29 If you've been following the headlines, a past incident involving the battled rapper and producer has come into the spotlight. The criminal case, but also. But then his mother, Janice, gets published for the world to see. With that scene still there. Now, there's a back and forth about how this happens.
Starting point is 01:54:48 Some say this was intentional to stir up controversy. Stout says he never got instructions from Combs or Bad Boy Entertainment on what to do exactly, but the video aired. And then Stout says Sean Combs calls him, starts screaming at him, hangs up. Then Stout says, a bad boy executive calls him back and says that an angry Sean This was about, I think the one might be. video? No, no. Hate me now. I think it was hate me now. This was Hate Me Now with Nas. And I think Diddy had a problem with some depictions that included Jesus or something? Now, there's a back
Starting point is 01:55:30 and forth about how this happens. Some say, you know Central. Now Walker, again the pastor, reportedly calls Stout saying, make this edit. The problem is, one way or another, that video gets delivered to MTV. Cross while wearing... I'm talking about Interscope record executive Stephen Stout. And this all centered around the music video, Hate Me Now by artist Nas. Now, Diddy was set to make an appearance in that music video.
Starting point is 01:55:59 In fact, it was reported at the time that Sony had to pay an extra $14,000 just to accommodate Combs' request to be in that video. But the issue was that Diddy was to be seen crucified on a cross, while wearing a crown made of thorns. And the story goes that Combs, he had already approved that. But then his mother, Janice Combs, and his pastor, Hezekia Walker, they weren't too happy with what was being portrayed here. And Combs have reportedly then called Stout saying, delete this, delete this.
Starting point is 01:56:34 Oh, his pastor told him, bro, you feel yourself too much if you think you're going to be on a cross, being crucified, almost trying to symbolize like you're Jesus. You're not Jesus, fool. But apparently, one way or another, that video gets delivered to MTV, which, by the way, if you don't remember MTV, was huge with music videos back in the day. I don't know if it is currently. I haven't been following it. I feel like all they do is like reality shows.
Starting point is 01:56:59 But anyway, that's a separate conversation. It went to MTV, music video central. Now Walker, again, the pastor, reportedly called Stout saying, make this edit. The problem is, Stout says, he didn't have the authority to make a change like that. So what happens? The video gets published for the world to see with that scene still there. Now, there's a back and forth about how this happens. Some say this was intentional to stir up controversy.
Starting point is 01:57:30 Stout says he never got instructions from Combs or Bad Boy Entertainment on what to do exactly. But the video aired. And then Stout says, Sean Combs calls him, starts screaming at him, hangs up. Then Stout says, a bad boy executive calls him back and says that an angry Sean Combs is on his way to his office. Just minutes later, and this is apparently captured on CCTV surveillance footage, it captures Combs and his associates entering the New York office of Universal Music Group where Stout had worked.
Starting point is 01:58:04 And Stout says, Combs comes into his own. office and then just punches him in the face and proceeds to beat him with a telephone. From there, he claims that Combs associates, they jump in on the attack too, kicking him, punching him, hitting him with a chair. They apparently throw his desk over. They messed up the entire office. This is a vicious, vicious attack. And Stout actually had to be taken to the hospital.
Starting point is 01:58:28 As Stout told the L.A. Times at the time, I was laying there on the floor bleeding. My jaw and my head were all swollen. I couldn't move my arm. It was a traumatic experience, and in the middle of it, I didn't know exactly how to feel. I was upset, embarrassed, scared, angry. As far as I'm concerned, this was an attempt on my life. The only reason I'm not dead is because they missed. He went on to say, if this kind of behavior is allowed to go on unpenalized,
Starting point is 01:58:58 it'll be like an invitation for extortion in the music business. As somebody can get away with walking into the headquarters of the world's biggest record company and beating up a senior executive over a disagreement, I guarantee you this is going to be a great business for criminals to thrive in. Now, Stout reported this to police and they investigated and you know what, Combs ended up turning himself in. He was arrested on felony assault charges. This didn't just go away. Well, kind of, because here's what happened. Combs ended up pleading guilty to a lesser charge of harassment. He was ordered to undergo an anger management program. And he wound up paying.
Starting point is 01:59:35 paying Stout $500,000 in an out-of-court settlement. It was reportedly, though, not as a form of compensation per se, but it was labeled as producer and management fees. And considering Stout was looking for $12 million for the attack, and Sean Combs was facing years in prison if he was convicted at a trial, got to say, this was pretty good deal for Sean Combs, considering what was alleged. Now, Combs released a statement at the time.
Starting point is 02:00:02 Beads by Puff. Yo, how many niggins Has Diddy beat up, man? Jay Cole, Drake, Steve Stout. The only person you ain't give an ass whoop into is Tupac and Shug Knight. Let's keep it up being.
Starting point is 02:00:20 That nigga did he really a bad boy, man. Time saying, I'm glad to get this whole incident behind me, and it's now time for me to do what I do best, concentrate on my album, and give back to my fans. Now, obviously, we're talking about an intentional attack here, But personal injury cases, they can take all forms. And if you should find yourself in that position where you're injured, you need to know your legal rights. Holmes Bell.
Starting point is 02:00:44 And it was addressing the idea that there is not just one victim in this case. Sure. There is one victim. Okay. Anyway, as I see Shine speak on this again, listen to Shine and Stephen A. So talking to Shine and they're talking about Shine. They want to know about Shine himself. from his perspective, what he experienced.
Starting point is 02:01:09 So tell us what exactly did you experience. People are going to go to December 27, 19, 99. They're going to look at things like that. They want to know what happened to Shine himself. In your words, what happened to you? Well, you know, in my words, I said so many years ago back in 2001. I knew I was my first double XL cover. six and will cover his death before this honor.
Starting point is 02:01:39 It was me talking about not snitching on ditty and not getting him in trouble to get myself out of trouble. I said that 20-odd years ago. So I've always maintained in every interview I did until recently when I healed and I moved on that I forgave. But for years, I was saying, you know, what a creep I thought he was and how he destroyed my life. And one point I thought he was the devil.
Starting point is 02:02:05 But because of the power of Ditty, which is so loud, as far as a pop culture icon, nobody listened. So I moved on. And I pivoted my life to healing, to forgiveness, and to taking accountability for what I can control. And I can't control what someone did to me decades ago. I can't control them not wanting to pay reparations, not wanting to make right. you know that people say, oh, did he gave me millions to go to chair? Nothing. Probably made a two what I thought were offensive contributions over the last 20-something years,
Starting point is 02:02:46 which led to a breakdown in the relations. But I moved on. So, yes, was I the sacrificial land? Of course. Did I take the fall? Yes, there was no quid pro quo. There was not, listen. We're going to have $10 million waiting for you when you come out.
Starting point is 02:03:01 I'll just do the right thing. I did that on my own. You know, and I've been saying that. It's not, it's not anything new. But in the documentary, just like in this interview, I can't say to you, Stephen A. I don't want to talk about, uh, Diddy. China is so interesting. Now, granted, let's put the obvious up front.
Starting point is 02:03:24 We believe that Diddy victimized and took advantage of a lot of people, right? And we're not only just talking sexually. We're talking about, you know, maybe people who took the fall for him, people who took blame and punishment for him. people who extended themselves that he could live the life that he wanted to live. The whole 1999 thing, though, like, I feel like Shine is always, like, shine is giving like a mixed message. It's like he's saying that, yeah, I didn't have a deal with Diddy that I'm going to take the charge, but I thought I was doing the right thing by taking a charge.
Starting point is 02:04:02 But I ain't do it. He did it, but I took the charge. and I thought by me taking a charge, he was going to hold me down after I took the charge, but he ain't hold me down. Okay. I mean, I understand what he's saying, but it's like that's separate from him saying,
Starting point is 02:04:21 yo, I was framed. No, it's not like you're saying you took the charge. Like you took this to let him free. Which is it, did you get frame or did you take the charge for the guy? Let's talk about me becoming the prime minister. I can't talk about only what I want to talk about. I have to be fair and transparent to the audience.
Starting point is 02:04:45 But I've been saying the same thing if you do your research. But listen, he also mentored me in the year or so we spent working together to make one of the greatest hip-hop albums ever. I learned a lot as far as being an entrepreneur, as far as being a disruptor and a trailblazer. and so I got exactly what I went to the university. By the way, anything about the norm, I'm thinking for the tennis. She says, this is crazy because he came out the club with a hot gun in the hand. He came out the club with a hot gun into the hand of the police. Oh, really?
Starting point is 02:05:28 That's kind of interesting. So how does he, did he pass him the gun initially? Wait, didn't both of them shoot, though? Supposedly both of them shoot. The woman is just claiming the bullet that shot her in the face came from Diddy's gun? A bad boy. Somebody said, does mentored mean the egg test? Y'all think shine past the egg test, bro?
Starting point is 02:05:55 As a professor when it comes to entertainment and even things that I've been able to carry with me, as far as work ethic, as far as manifesting the greatness that you want to achieve, you know, there were some positives. but obviously going to jail for 10 years when that could have been avoided or someone that, you know, my mom entrusted, you know, our 19-year-old son that they would do right by me, you know, to send me to prison when we could have avoided that. You know, there's nothing we can ever do to change that.
Starting point is 02:06:26 And so when I'm telling the story, I can't whitewash that. I can't sanitize. Interesting. Interesting. Steve Jay spoke on on Dittie's actions which by the way I have to believe this is a part of a overall theme of
Starting point is 02:06:46 I think the family and I don't know who's the the brain trust here or if Dittie's quarterback in this from jail or maybe the lawyers are quarterback in this I think they're realizing that yo the media it's impossible for him to have a fair trial right now
Starting point is 02:07:02 most likely someone on that jury is going to have watched or seen a million pieces of news about did he being incarcerated and these wild-ass like elements to it right so whoever ends up on a jury is probably going to be already swayed to think that now he did that shit it appears that it feels like the family or maybe the lawyers have directed the family and friends to say listen we need some positive press because that's the only reason why i could see why for example um Stevie J is on this documentary that is on this documentary that TMZ is doing call,
Starting point is 02:07:44 I think it's called like the downfall of Diddy or something like that, right? TMZ documentary on Diddy. Yeah, it's called The Downfall of Diddy inside the freakoffs. Why was your friend appear on a documentary like that unless he's appearing on it to try to help change a narrative, right? We see the sons. The kids aren't really doing a good job. because they just keep partying but you know i think they had good intention when they're like yo we're taking over his instagram we're going to show you like some some some good times right and this
Starting point is 02:08:19 you know christian combs took over the instagram he posted a like a few things it's just music videos so i don't know if that necessarily helps right but yeah anyway um listen to stevie j and you tell me if this helps or hurts ditty video affect the way or alter the way you look at Diddy. Well, you know, it really threw me for a loop because, as I've always stated, I always think about and talk about the things that I know to be true about Sean Combs. And, you know, after I saw the video, I went and saw him in Miami and we had a conversation. And I let him know how affected I was by that.
Starting point is 02:09:08 And, you know, I didn't know that he had that in him to do that. My behavior on that video is inexcusable. I take full responsibility. So my conversation with him was basically like, yo, like, you're one of my heroes out here. You hurt me with that. And what do you say back to you? I mean, it was pretty much, you know, a brotherhood moment that I'd rather not discuss right now. You know, it was a real emotional moment.
Starting point is 02:09:38 Can you give me some sense of it? Because I think it's important to know how he was dealing with friends like you when you suddenly see something like this that you say comes out of the blue. He was hurt that that video came out. It crushed him, you know, because he's like, you know, my daughters and my mom got to see this. And I'm like, yeah, your friends got to see it too. So it really heard him that that that was on the video came out. That's interesting.
Starting point is 02:10:10 It heard him because the video came out or because of what he did on the video. See, that's where the trip up is. This is why you can't really speak on that, right? Because now it gets into this whole slippery slope of is did he remorseful of how he acted and, you know, he had self-identified a particular period during his life as a dark time. Is he more embarrassed and really regretful how he acted during that dark time? Or is he remorseful and regretful that the video came out, right? Really heard him that that was, the video came out.
Starting point is 02:10:50 That's interesting. It heard him because the video came out or because of what he did on the video. I believe both heard him. What he did on the video, he could. couldn't believe that that was the darkest point in his life and he had to relive that and see that again with his ex-girlfriend of 10 years. Who wants to see themselves beating on a girl in a video? I think that would kind of like hurt all of us. Any man. It sounds like seeing the video was the headline as opposed to what he did to her. No, I wouldn't say that.
Starting point is 02:11:32 You know what I'm saying? I just know that he was in a dark place. His life, as he described to me. And that, you know, he was just doing a lot of drugs. And it was just dark for him. Yeah. These people that they're sending out to try to make Diddy sound a little bit of human, it won't work.
Starting point is 02:11:53 I could tell you this now. The reason why it won't work is that we want to hear you speak to not the pain of what Didi's going through. even if you think he's being persecuted, we want to hear about the pain of the alleged victims, right? My dogs, they're like crying like a bunch of bitches. Sorry. I want to think I hear it. Yeah, so, like his friends are going to be like,
Starting point is 02:12:15 yeah, nah, he was fucked up over that, man. You know, like, that was just a bad video. Well, really what people want to hear is you empathize with Cassie. Like, they don't want to hear you tell him like, oh, man. Yeah, Did he had to. relive that moment. Well, what about Cassie, nigga? Like, what about Cassie? And I think that's the reason why this attempt to try to help garner some sympathy or have people like maybe given, you know, be like, oh, man, maybe we should, maybe we should give this guy a chance. Maybe he's
Starting point is 02:12:47 not that much of a monster. Maybe he does have some feelings and empathy. It's hard to do it when you're going to get tripped up like how I believe Stevie-J got tripped up. Okay, cool. So you're, You're telling me he was distraught because the video came out. Oh, yeah, now he had to go through that. Nobody wants to see that. But what about a victim? Uh, uh, uh, uh, exactly, right? So I don't know if this is necessarily going to work,
Starting point is 02:13:12 but I do think, you know, the lawyer shut up. The lawyer can't speak anymore. So we're going to start seeing a lot more friends than family. We already seen the mom wrote a letter. Remember the mom wrote a letter like, hey, my son. And here's the thing, here's the angle I think all the family is trying to do. This is the angle to try to defend Ditty. They got to admit that he was tripping because he's on video doing some wild things.
Starting point is 02:13:32 So they have to admit, yeah, you know, he was tripping, but he's not a monster. And it's kind of like, hey, listen, let's not throw out the baby with the bathwater type of thing to say, yo, he might have fucked up here. And yes, we're disappointed. We're not co-signing that video. But the man that we know is not a man that is fully abusive and it's not a man that's done these other things. Okay, not because we see one video means that he spiked a bunch of drinks. He never did none of that type of stuff. And I think that's what they're trying to do.
Starting point is 02:14:05 But it's hard for people to get past that when the ultimate thing is, it just feels like we're hearing about his mindset and how it's affecting him with the video. And we're not hearing real true, hey, I treated this woman like shit. Hey, this, like, we're not hearing any empathy for the victims. we're in empathy for this being brought up again in the situation he's in, so that's the problem if you ask me. Really quick. What's about to open up?
Starting point is 02:14:35 Oh, chat. Lebebebe is making his comeback. Okay, chap. Little baby, announced that he's dropping some new music, and if you don't know, he posted on his Instagram.
Starting point is 02:14:54 Actually, let's go to his Twitter. A little baby Twitter. He said this. What? Oh, he hasn't one. A little baby. Hold on these kids. Twitter.
Starting point is 02:15:09 What's a little baby's Twitter? Oh. Huh? What is it? Twitter? Did he block me? Maybe I am blocked. Oh, no.
Starting point is 02:15:47 Maybe you don't got Twitter. A little baby 4 p.m. Wait, did a little baby block me? Am I blocked? No way. blocks. I'm not blocking. Why? What's his Twitter? It's, oh, he changed the ad to
Starting point is 02:16:32 Wham CBFW? Wham CBFW? Oh. Oh, okay, okay. Woo. So that I got blocked. I'm like, damn. You know a nigga taking it's serious when he blocked you on Twitter. That's when I knew me and me and meek was like, we're like, all right. This is getting
Starting point is 02:16:53 kind of serious now. Meek blocked me on Twitter. Nigger block your Instagram is whatever. Okay, here we go. I thought he put something up recently. It says two songs, two videos tomorrow, album on the way. Now, let's get to his Instagram. I know I'm blocked on Instagram, but I'm not logging to my main account,
Starting point is 02:17:14 so hopefully he didn't block my backup account. Oh, he didn't. Yeah, Sizzam blocked every account of mine. Not baby, though. Baby tough. Okay, good. So it appears that baby put up a couple of messages, right? Now, the first message was this.
Starting point is 02:17:30 And he says, ain't it crazy how they trying to play me like I ain't the one? It's that time. Now, chat, who you think he's talking to? Who's been trying to play baby? Who playing baby like he ain't the one? Who's trying to play him like he's a two, three, four, or five? Who's playing baby like he's not the one? We need answers, okay?
Starting point is 02:17:50 So it's that time. I would say again, but this run will be totally different. I had the darkest period of my life these last two years, but I stayed down and overcame that shit. Now I'm back to fucking shit up as usual. Sincerely, wham! Who hard as me? Fire sign, fire sign, fire sign, fire sign, fire sign.
Starting point is 02:18:14 Let's go! Why are you acting like I'm like baby's number one hater? I'm not. Stoppy. Yo, chat. Chat, real talk before I go in front. because y'all do know when I'm like putting some hate like I usually am mad transparent like with meek for a while I was just hating like I had to hate on meek for a little bit
Starting point is 02:18:37 till I realized he was washed up then I could tell the truth and then the truth was that he was trashed like you know what I mean but for a while I was kind of feeling it but I was hated that's the fact with baby I think I'm calling it fair like like like I really didn't like me like me what meke was trying to cancel my platform so I was hating on that thing okay and then when his career died, I said, yes. And then I stop hating. And then we've been trying to get back, trying to resurrect a nigga from the dead for a while.
Starting point is 02:19:05 Anyway, with Baby, though, I think I've been pretty fair. Pretty fair. Okay. What's the song with him in Central C? Wait, do you think I'm not biased? Okay. This is why I'm going to reject y'all saying I'm a hater. First of all,
Starting point is 02:19:30 anytime I've criticized Baby, I've told y'all, Like most of them singles that he previewed those were whack were whack. Right? I even told you that one, hey, hey, hey, the LGBT anthem song. That was whack too. But that was only me. I told you all this shit was going to happen, right? I know you want to think his hate.
Starting point is 02:19:50 Like me calling him slow. That's me just respond. Remember him like this and me in the DMs and this is on an album. Me making jokes about him slow, call him slow. That's what it is. But I like his music. I really do like his music. So I'm really being fair.
Starting point is 02:20:04 I just want to let you all know. I really be fair But let's be clear, Chad. Has any action, not only anytime I've criticized, I've given advice too. I've been like, yo, bro, all your songs sounded like,
Starting point is 02:20:16 just do some features, kill all these features. Didn't he go on a feature run? Bro, he literally listened to me. He, like, again, I'm not trying to, like, just pat myself on the back. Maybe, maybe great minds just think alike,
Starting point is 02:20:27 and I know we got P over there, but I literally said, bro, stop giving these singles where you're on it by yourself. It sounds like, you're making the same song over and over again how about you just do features because you could rap he got a big song with um uh uh a central c he did some shit i believe with uh sexy red he did some stuff with boss man delo this some stuff with um um um my guy from same kits uh but from
Starting point is 02:20:58 big time it was the guy's name you know i'm talking anyway he did a bunch of features and to keep it real he a successful feature run. He did. Okay. But I did also tell y'all the true test is going to come when he drops his normal singles where he's going to do the hook and he has to do the song. That's where he's struggling it. He has a very coarse or very distinct, noticeable, but pattern voice in how he makes music. And I don't think it's because he just got whack. Here's the thing. Music goes through styles. and we're burnt out of little baby. Partly is because of him. He dropped too much too frequently.
Starting point is 02:21:41 And you can't really blame him for that or even a label because he was going through his moment and they were milking it. They were getting all the money in the world. He was the hottest thing. They were comparing him to Little Wayne. Like I was even saying he's about to have a Wayne-esque one, right? He was killing every feature.
Starting point is 02:21:58 Everything was good. So the album comes. shit started sounds stale I say it I'm glad that it starts to sound stale because he dissed me on it because if he was super fire
Starting point is 02:22:08 I couldn't respond I actually give him advice while while listen to I say a bro you need to do features he does the feature is great now he's coming back around and he's putting out
Starting point is 02:22:20 songs that's going to be on his album which he's trying not to be the guy who has to rely on features no disrespect to like rich the kid and like French right so he's like this is what I'm coming with I'm heating the shit back up. This is what I come with.
Starting point is 02:22:34 Let's listen to this song. God is my word. If I told you, I got you good. Ain't crazy. I ain't trying to pay me like I ain't the one. Never said it, but you know without me. This shit wouldn't be nuts. I got, all I got is my word.
Starting point is 02:22:45 Okay. So that's as much as he gave with that. Now, I want to, this is the last time because I'm going to keep it up being with you. I don't get paid to help niggas get back on. Real talk. I don't get paid to do that. So this is the last free consultancy. I'm going to do with, with, um, um, um, little baby.
Starting point is 02:23:04 This is free. Um, labels know my rate. You were usually talking 30 to 50 grand. I'll consult with you on your artist, getting back hot. I'll tell you what you need to do 30 to 50 grand. That's how it goes. That's the rate for big act. Okay.
Starting point is 02:23:18 Um, I'm doing this on stream. This is the free ski. I like your music, baby. That's what I'm just doing for the free ski this time. Okay. Everybody tap in, sit around the conference table, play my video like y'all should. Check this out. here's the very first problem that's we're going to get into okay again again i'm not patting myself
Starting point is 02:23:39 on the back but when i i won't let y i call me a hater of baby when i've always given advice and the things that worked are the advices i gave do features he does features worked what did i say about what's happening with baby okay yes repetitiveness we're going to get to that But the second thing is that, and I used them to compare on a juxtapose level to Gunna, I said, with all due respect, Gunna getting locked up was good for him. No, I'm not saying I want no black being locked up. Let's like have some understanding here. It gave Gunna substance.
Starting point is 02:24:20 Law started days that we would listen to these niggas, listen to their trick. It's like trick diaries. Every song we used to hear How many burking bags and tities Could little baby and Gunna buy for these whores? That's what they were telling us for years And it sounded good. It did.
Starting point is 02:24:39 You get what I'm saying? Over the same production, it sounded good. But that get burnt out. Now, the reason why it was good for Gunna to get locked up Is that Gunna came back with a story to tell And he came back with substance. What these artists lack is substance. And this is what baby lacks, substance.
Starting point is 02:24:56 Didn't I tell you how to be. He lacks substance. We don't want to hear nothing. We don't go fuck how much money you have. We don't care how money burking bags. You're going to buy for whatever chick. You're a trick. We get it.
Starting point is 02:25:06 Okay? You just buy shit for women. We've heard it a million times. We need substance. Let me tell you why Rod Wave is kicking all these niggas ass. He don't got to show off a relationship. Nothing. He could be fat as hell, do whatever he want.
Starting point is 02:25:20 All he rap about is substance. Let me tell you what substance could be. Substance could be feeling. Music about feeling all we want. always works. Okay. Music about how you feel in the moment works. Bragging about just whatever car you have,
Starting point is 02:25:37 whatever scat pack or whatever dumb shit you have is fleeting. Feelings music, at last. Feelings music is content. Okay. Now, if you've gone through something, for example, the baby, Kirk, when the baby came out with Kirk, we had the understanding that his father had passed
Starting point is 02:26:01 and that album meant something to him. He had a story to tell. Okay? This is what content is. Content is you're not just rapping a rap. We get you niggas could rap. I'm pretty sure if he drops a hundred of them, he'll probably come up with five or six club hits.
Starting point is 02:26:18 But what's going to get people back on the baby train, right? And again, this is the last free consultancy I'm doing for baby. Okay. After this, I'm invoicing. P, I'm in voice not to this. Real talk. And this is the biggest problem with his statement here because I agree with it. Remember, I've been saying he needs content.
Starting point is 02:26:38 The problem is that, and y'all tell me if y'all, y'all feel otherwise, we might have a difference of paying here. I don't know, baby. I don't know nothing about him. I know some hood shit about him, but I don't know nothing about him. Okay? So here's the problem. He's about to lean into content, which content, remember Gunna came out bread and butter. Bread and butter got more views.
Starting point is 02:26:58 Look on YouTube. Bread and butter got more views than fuck you mean, which is a hit saw. Gunna, look, let's go to Gunna page. Okay. When you go here, you're going to see where's, okay, bittersweet. He made, look, fuck you mean, $28 million. And then where's bread and butter at? Where's bread and butter?
Starting point is 02:27:30 Bread and butter is like 32. Like, people care about it. That's content, right? So, Little Baby, I think he's going to lean into content, right? He got to get a little bit more personal with us. We want to figure out what's going on with you. Now, we're not saying you got rap about your relationship, but we shouldn't be just thinking you're like,
Starting point is 02:27:50 like Little Baby's music has made us feel he's an NPC street nigger. Yeah, he's a street nigger that gets fly, but we know nothing more about him. Okay? Lost of the days that I'm not throwing shots here, it's like fabulous. Fabulous rap for 20 years. I know not one thing about that, I think.
Starting point is 02:28:09 It's just like he's just rapping a rapper. I don't know nothing about him. Like, I think I'm just listening to punch. I have the punch. I don't know nothing about him. These days, fans want to lock in with you. They want the content. They want to lock in with you.
Starting point is 02:28:20 Okay. Now, here's the first problem that's going to happen with this. I'm marking it now. Just call me a genius later. It's cool. He says, ain't it crazy how they try to play me like I ain't the one. Says that time. I would say this again.
Starting point is 02:28:36 So I would say this again, but this run will be totally different. He basically says it's personal. He said the darkest period of my life these last two years, but I stayed down and overcame that shit. That's going to be the thing that I don't know if baby could get people to buy into his version of what content is. Him saying that he had the dark, this is the first time I heard it. I'm like, what?
Starting point is 02:29:01 I think all I saw you was tricking on holes and doing this. and turning up, you're having a dark period of your life? I ain't know. Nick, I had no idea. With a lot of these other artists, you see them deactivate a page. They look like they go through some shit. Like, pull it like this. You know a buggy album fin a hit.
Starting point is 02:29:19 Once you start seeing the blog's post, Ella broke up with him, he got called cheating. You're like, oh, this shit fin a hit. Remember we used a thing with Uzi? Yeah, Uzi. Oh, there's a breakup going on. I'm like, oh, Uzi shit fin a head. Yes, yes, I can't wait.
Starting point is 02:29:34 But baby's like, wait, he was, when was he going through a hard period in his life? I don't know that. Now, this is going to be the biggest challenge. And while I listen to this up there at, where is this at Atlantic music group over there? No, no, it's Atlantic. Yeah, no, this is no, QC's, where QC is that? Is QC still over? Yeah, it's still over our capital.
Starting point is 02:29:58 Anyway, what I think? Atlantic? I'm driven. This is going to be the hardest test for baby. he's going to have to bring us on a journey and it's going to have to be more than just music that we understand what he's alluding to now I have some ideas
Starting point is 02:30:22 it's going to be up to him you see baby is one of the niggas who's anti-social and who's like even watching him like he's kind of socially awkward even watching him on that um architect digest shit even watching him here
Starting point is 02:30:42 like what's so, babe, this is as much of his personality we've ever seen right? And even then, it still gave, remember the whole little baby Disney challenge shit? Right here. What's up? It's my baby
Starting point is 02:31:03 here. Tune into the Billboard Music Awards and see me present the award for Top Hot 100 song presented by Rockstar Energy. See you there. You know what I'm saying? Now here's my Here's my thing. And I know, I might think,
Starting point is 02:31:16 I see somebody say, I'm not salty money. I'm giving like this is valuable advice. Baby has to get like, I like what he said. He's telling me that what I've been asking, he's going to give content, right? I've been going through some shit.
Starting point is 02:31:31 Okay, so if you're telling me you're going, you went through some shit and you're giving us music, the music's about you going through some shit. Okay, perfect. That's content. However, I think he has to, he has to package it. as such that people could buy into whatever story or whatever he's about to kind of explain.
Starting point is 02:31:52 They got to buy into the content of the bit. You get what I'm saying? Because what happens is when it comes to niggas like, baby, all we see him is at the white parties. All we see him is at, you know, just flexing with cars. Just having a great time. Like we can't even foresee. Like, maybe there's some baby fans here who can tell me different.
Starting point is 02:32:11 Have y'all watched his life in the last two years and be like, Oh, man, he's going through it. Oh, man, he's going through it. Now, I'm going to give you a little secret. When I went to Linkwood, Ra Wave, showed up to the Toyota Center. It was like late at night, the night before the performance. And the first thing, yo, because I kept the load, I was going there, but some of his fans kind of, like, figured it.
Starting point is 02:32:41 And everyone was like, yo, could you find out if he's okay, if he's about to kill himself, find out? And what I realized, like, people like Ra Wave, like, he takes his fans on like an emotional journey with him. That they're almost like them, them enjoying his music. The music means so much because they almost feel like whenever he deactivates his page is because the music is true. Oh, he's depressed. He's going through it. He's heartbroken.
Starting point is 02:33:16 which that's a really effective way to kind of just organically market music when you're seeing the artist himself almost manifest what the music is coming across. So again, let me just bring it back to baby. I would love to hear a baby project where he's saying or he's giving us a vote, a vulnerable side to what he has been allegedly going through in the last two years. Whether it's people down to you,
Starting point is 02:33:58 people turn their backs on you. I also think they're, this is just stuff I've heard, you know, police been looking into him and his crew. These are things that you want to be able to express, like obviously not self-stitch, but like express yourself,
Starting point is 02:34:15 but get people to buy in to be like, damn, they persecute my God. guy. That's one thing I think young boy is really good at. Young boy will get on a song like, bitch, let's do it and talk crazy. And then he'll make a song where he's almost like damn you're crying on the track, my nigga. Like he's just like so vulnerable. He's just, he's venting. This is why if young boy ever upset, they mad at whoever young boy matter. But he's that, the content he gives, the fans buy into it so much. And, you know, he's that. And, you know, he's that. And, Usually with an artist, it don't really matter what the content is because when fans love you,
Starting point is 02:34:54 your wrong is right for them. I'm just saying that with baby, I look at him as an NPC street rapper. I know nothing about him. Other than the normal bullshit, you know, I'm from this hood. Me and my niggas, we give it up. Full pockets full. Look at my Gwagon. I got the bitches.
Starting point is 02:35:15 Okay, that's great for a couple of hit songs. but now you need to give us some content, a really good, and, you know, I'm not trying to put rappers against each other, but I think, you know, who does a good job with that? I think 21 Savage does a good job with that. He's still going to come with some hits, but he's realized making NPC Street nigger music doesn't work for an album.
Starting point is 02:35:41 So after he goes through his whole debacle with being an immigrant, you get an album like American Dream. Right. After he goes through like a whole situation before, he drops an album called I am greater than I was. Like you're seeing growth, but the growth also matches what you're seeing his life to be. What I'm telling you is that if I was like, again, I'm thinking that he's about to change some shit or give it something different. but if I was supposed to script Little Baby's life, it would probably be it'd probably be
Starting point is 02:36:19 Track 1, Go Yard Track 2, Louis V, Track 3, Belenziagia. Like, that's it. Just wrap about designer stores all day. You know what I'm saying? He's got to give it some content now. That's the only thing that's going to work.
Starting point is 02:36:33 But whoever's doing his rollout, focus on getting people to buy into the content. Now, all right, I'm done my content spiel. Let me go to the longer, preview this song and then let me really judge the song apparently the song was called 5 a.m. Apparently he dropped the song 5 a.m. at 5 a.m. which by the way, that's a new thing now. A lot of these labels and artists are looking towards on demand listening where they're not trying to drop Friday at 12. They're trying to drop it at a certain time to make you go and watch it
Starting point is 02:37:10 listen to it at the time which i think is dope uh okay let's listen that's all i'm thinking for the family i know we got something talk about but he don't want to come i gave everything on for this shit i got to go to arms i did everything for that little bitch you played it let me hard okay okay okay all right i think it's on this youtube let's go to little baby can't really hear it can't really hear it okay okay cool so we got the video here let me go to baby 5 a.m. And let me go to the lyrics. I'm going to go to the lyrics,
Starting point is 02:37:46 but I'm going for a specific reason. I feel like I'm going to say something that, I like this guy, but I don't want to say it. Yo, but I think I might have to. Yo, baby, you got to, you got to, again, your voice sounds so strong. Let me, let me deconstruct this whole, we're making the same song shit.
Starting point is 02:38:10 Because a lot of these artists, unless you're like a Nicki Minaj that could, play with your voice like an instrument and they're male rappers that could do it too and adopt different cadences in this and third but a lot of people's brains are you know once you get in the pattern you just continue to repeat it unless baby's going to play around with his voice the tone of his voice or his flow he got to change producer he got to pick one you got to pick one baby right um you're going to have to step away from the weisies and the ATL Jacobs for a minute and No disrespect to them.
Starting point is 02:38:47 But you have to... The reason why niggas is saying you're making the same song is because even when the beat drop, we're hearing the last song. The beat drop. You get what I'm saying? So either you're going to come different on those beats, pause, or you're going to...
Starting point is 02:39:03 You should just get different beats. I'm being very honest with you, right? Have a different tone of voice, different flow, and you don't got to do for every song now. Like, let's be honest, right? You don't have to do it for every song now. song but I'm addressing a critique you get a lot right I'm addressing a critique you get a lot somebody says says the Drake late Drake Drake Drake if we're talking about making the same song
Starting point is 02:39:27 Drake has about like 15 accents sings raps talk Spanish like bro this is a reason why as much Drake songs as there is it don't sound like other songs because the nigg does 15 different things. I don't expect everybody to be that versatile, but we, you have to get a, there's a theme to when people say you're making the same song, right? There's a theme to it. They were saying about the, about the baby, a lot of the production he was having, like, look, if you go to YouTube and type in the baby type B, the mere fact, once they have a, tight beat for you. Look.
Starting point is 02:40:16 Yeah, exactly. Exactly. Right. So once baby wraps, once the baby wraps on this beat, it's going to sound like he's making the same song. They're just, like, that's fans tell you this is formula lake. That's you basically taking the last hit song and saying, yo, give me, give me another beat that sound like that and I'm going to just do something similar to that.
Starting point is 02:40:42 That's, that's all they're saying. right come on so so respectfully I think baby has to either switch production because this do as soon as I hear to be online I understand why people might say sounds like other songs now let me listen to a little bit more this might get flagged but let me listen a little bit this sounds like a baby type beat I'm gonna be honest how you manage to get everything you want to still ain't half a meeting died a other half a lot I'm trying to I'm gonna' I'm gonna'
Starting point is 02:41:25 crashin' out for nine don't make no sense I've never understand it I got rich but I got love and still on dope and shit be damaged know my ass is gonna affect that's all I'm thinking I'm mutin it because
Starting point is 02:41:34 I feel like it's about a flag this thing in a second let me try to get to the course I'm going through in my delusional keep telling myself that it's all good all I know it's survival and dollars I come from the hood
Starting point is 02:41:45 can't be falling and nothing and all they couldn't if they could know the rules and shit it ain't good it ain't on the wood all I got is my work If I told you I got you good ain't crazy I'm trying to pay me like I ain't the one never said it But you know it out me that she wouldn't be nuts
Starting point is 02:41:59 I got his voice is so heavy. It sounds like he's why I'm ready and tell him come up I'm a gangster I'm ready when ever for ever I'm on my daughter I'm still feeling inside of my chest and my stuff if my mom will be asking me where Yeah, we want to get on my business and time Hang on a lot his voice is so heavy it sounds like he's whining on every song now this is a little bit better though he's warming he's warming a little bit hey for everybody hey listen uh uh uh uh um q see this isn't the freak his consultation still exists here here we go with it this obviously it's not a lead single but i think this is a heating
Starting point is 02:42:39 up single like yo let's starting to get the let's grind it up let me let me say this to y'all you don't need to seek the club hit baby makes natural club music. That's not what you need. You need a content-filled song. Let me remind y'all. Let me remind y'all. Even, even, what's the name of that song?
Starting point is 02:43:14 Those on my turn? I love that song, by the way. A love letter came through the mail. Like, I love that song, right? Like, you need emotionally scarred. You need something like that Emotionally scarred Yeah you need something like
Starting point is 02:43:32 A love letter came to the mail Said I miss you I ripped it up and flushed into the tissue Try to forget you I ain't got nothing against you We human we all got issue But tired of it Yeah
Starting point is 02:43:42 We need something like that That's what we need We need that Or we need a close friends That's what we need right Don't worry about the club hit Like them club hit songs that he got like the right was it right now and like these are fly by night songs he's
Starting point is 02:44:01 always going to get one of those right you need one of these songs these songs are going to last trust he needs one of those he needs one of these like and by the way listen i'm being encouraging i think he's starting he's starting to cycle slowly roll it out slowly roll it out but here's a thing you got to give some part of the story to you got to have to have to have to have to people buy in right because they can't like I don't I don't think some people are looking beyond just the sound and his sound is so distinct that's what they keep saying it's sounding the same they're not even getting to the part where they're hearing the words he's kind of saying some shit here right let let let let's pull this up 5 a.m lyrics little baby look like you're not
Starting point is 02:44:52 really now the thing with baby like I've always said you know this is my boy short bus baby right We don't expect him to give it up all the way. Like, he's alluding to some shit. You know, obviously I wish he would just, you know, be really descriptive and shit like that. But how you manage to get everything you want and still ain't happy. Half of me done died, the other half a lot. I'm trying to balance it. Granny said if it's worth something to you, then it's worth a challenge, crashing out of him.
Starting point is 02:45:18 Like, he's getting that some shit here. I was liking to paint that picture. Keep painting that picture. You have the canvas. keep doing it This ain't the Like He shouldn't be
Starting point is 02:45:31 He should be treating these as Lucy's Okay, I just threw this out I threw another one out You throw a few out You feel me I got rich but I got love I'm still on dope That should be damaged
Starting point is 02:45:43 Okay he's trying to say some shit Know my actions Go on Fetter so I'm thinking for the family Can't be vulnerable Who I'm gonna talk to when I'm going through it And my delusional I keep telling myself it's all good.
Starting point is 02:46:03 No rules to this shit. I got fares on my... Yeah, this was... I got fares on my trail. They'd be trying to connect me to dumb shit. I got laws behind me. I'm ready to tell him, come on. I'm a gangster.
Starting point is 02:46:14 I'm ready. Like, it's... It's... It's... I see what he's doing here. I see what he's doing here. I guess my last piece of advice, even though I think he's jacking the gun of,
Starting point is 02:46:49 where all black shit. I think Gunna rocked all blocking bread and butter. Gonna. Bread. Yeah. Anyway, my last advice to, um, to baby is don't be afraid to tap into emotions. I know you're super gangster, but this is why NBA young boy is the fucking goat. You know, um, what's the name of that song?
Starting point is 02:47:36 The one that he samples right away at the beginning. enchant uh enchanted or so like that oh death inclaimed yeah yeah like you could see there's like a lot of like part of an artist is almost like having fans trying to decode what's going on in your mind and young boy does an amazing job of having people feel like what's going on in his head is like just some fucked up shit and i get it you he might not want to lean all the way into
Starting point is 02:48:04 seeming like he's mentally unstable type shit but one thing one thing with YB where's the part where he's like holding the ring and shit yeah like like one thing you realize with YB is like
Starting point is 02:48:22 he's very expressive right just very expressive and and part of him being very expressive is being vulnerable that he's shown emotion like he looks hurt right
Starting point is 02:48:37 that's that's part of the art to get you to buy in, right? Now, I'm not saying young boys not doing it for real, but what I'm saying is that, like, baby just made the song, and the song is kind of like, it's kind of touching on some real shit. But, like, the video just kind of looked like, yo, check out my new car.
Starting point is 02:49:02 I got my shades on. I'm iced out still. Like, it don't seem like the visual, still seems like opulence. It doesn't match, yo, I've been going through some shit. Or maybe I'm nitpicking too much. I don't know.
Starting point is 02:49:21 Maybe I'm nitpicking too much. It might be nitpicking too much. You feel me? Put some emotion out there, baby. I'm going to be honest with you. Baby, put some emotion out there. Look sad. It's okay.
Starting point is 02:49:33 It's okay. Look a little sad. Trust me. It'll work wonders with getting people to buy in to, and I'm pretty sure he's been through some shit. Imagine the police
Starting point is 02:49:43 trying to lock you up shit you watch people kind of turn on you for whatever whatever you know these artists got whatever story Jonathan says how to be a successful music artist from someone who's never been a successful artist book by academics coming near you hey well I mean I'm not telling him how to be a successful artist
Starting point is 02:50:05 I'm telling him how to recapture what he you see even most of these artists they're good at even though the successful ones They're good at hitting it once. Then they keep doing the same thing thinking that works. No, as you kind of move along in a career, you kind of got to adjust a bit. Now, also, here's the thing, too.
Starting point is 02:50:26 My advice isn't for success, right? What I'm telling him is not for success, because I think he's a successful artist. It's going to take, this is going to be the album, even if he fell off. He still do okay. So he'll still be successful. what I'm telling my advice is how to get that wave back
Starting point is 02:50:49 because he's already a successful artist he's getting paid a lot of money he's successful my advice is okay do you want to not be considered as the artist that's falling off and you want to be the artist that's the it guy that has like the wave of like what niggas see a card he have or and I'm not saying
Starting point is 02:51:13 not comparing him one to one or like YB we've seen like you want to be the guy you want to be the hottest right I think that my advice fits there so we'll see I don't know you don't got to follow it but I think I think there's some
Starting point is 02:51:31 I think he's followed some advice of mine already so we'll see what it is we'll see what it is I think I give some good advice and yeah it is what it is okay Look at YV, man. Holding that ring there.
Starting point is 02:51:51 What the hell going on here? What's all over there? You talked about his dad already, right? Oh, did you see that the killer? So gutta Zay, Isaiah can somehow posted to his Instagram. And he had a lot to say, right? He said, since one hasn't become illegal for two couples to go out of town, I guess tourists can't be tourists no more.
Starting point is 02:52:42 You ain't a lot, man. Niggas think they're going to beat a murder conviction by saying that they were on a couple's vacation out of town. Okay, man. GPS evidence, Tesla, what is called? Century Mode footage says otherwise, okay?
Starting point is 02:53:02 And your phone call record says otherwise. Anyway, this is what he said. He says, how can you track something or someone when it's already in public? That don't even make sense. no one's head. No, it makes absolute sense in our heads. He's trying to say that Fulio was dropping his location publicly. So how could you track someone who's giving it away publicly? Yeah, you could do both.
Starting point is 02:53:32 Okay. And since when it became illegal for two couples to go out of town, I guess tourists can be tourists no more. Tell detectives to pull every single last footage and not what they wanted to pick out the haystack. Y'all pulled irrelevant McDonald's clip out y'all bussy. Oh, busy. Why am I thinking bussy? Oh my God. Oh, y'all, busy investigation.
Starting point is 02:54:02 Go run back CCTV camera and RFID and put out every location since the McDonald's run was so important in the evidence. Tell the world of truth and not what y'all fabricating together. a non-prea okay okay it's lawyer wrote this a non-prima facie of false conviction let's google what that is hi there students this is i get my law degree every day i just like google terms oh okay okay here we go of the exemption time of the contaction oh okay okay so i guess
Starting point is 02:54:53 I guess it's the opposite of hearsay hearsay versus they use a lot of Latin terms in the courts they use a lot of Latin terms in courts what is Prima Facey
Starting point is 02:55:22 you know that nigga lawyer that nigga don't know that fucking word that nigga lawyer told him to write that on the gram that's how you know he's cooked when your lawyer is giving you terms to write on your Instagram story when you're facing a death penalty You're fried, my nigger.
Starting point is 02:55:37 Premafacee is a legal term, meaning based on the first impression, it is to be accepted as correct until proven otherwise. So as one will note, it is drawn from the Latin and specifically the Latin phrase at first sight. Oh, okay, okay, okay. So the Latin definition is at first sight. At first sight. So he says you're trying to get a non. At first sight, false conviction. All right, whatever, though. Okay, buddy.
Starting point is 02:56:17 Okay. Got to, let me see, Isaiah. Chance. He posted something else. Hold on. What the fuck? Posted more shit. Give me one second.
Starting point is 02:56:50 I'll find the rest of posting. I should have posted on my Instagram, but I didn't. Here we go. Yo, whoever who sent it to me, could I send it again? Somebody has sent it to me. Nikki dropped a song with Jutter or she's about to.
Starting point is 02:57:34 All right. They're going to send it to me again. Essentially, the dude was just chatting, man. Gada, let's see. What's his name again? Gutt of Zay?
Starting point is 02:58:02 Maybe he's still up there. Nah, it's not out there no more. Maybe send it ties. He went from saying, I'll be home soon. I miss y'all. till they realize another man going to be taking care of his kid and banging out
Starting point is 02:58:19 his girl. Now he over here told him my pre-Mafasi. Come on, bro. Yo, chat, who sent it to me? He had wrote more shit. Like, which, why do you, it's the dumbest shit? Like, I don't know why you're posting. Like, why the hell would you be posting this shit? Oh, give me one second.
Starting point is 02:58:54 Yeah, let's get him one second. I was going to Dewal County. The Reddit. Somebody says, gutta zay clean forgot he ever posted this. He said, the biggest mistake anyone could have ever did this is when he was uh i guess they were burying someone who is this oh here we go all right then there's another one and he said and stop saying that this guy's this guy's hilarious he said and stop saying gutta zaya gang member that don't
Starting point is 02:59:48 even sound right rolling off anybody's tongue k i shot yo a he got shots they see that hurt but got All right, man. Stop saying he a gang memory. He don't sound right. I roll off nobody tongue. Go find an image where I have ATK chain on or go find visuals where I have
Starting point is 03:00:36 merch or go find audio of good as they ever claiming any gang. Actually, if we'd be in logical, putting facts out there. Okay, now go find any evidence. Audio or video of me and the victim arguing or dissing each other.
Starting point is 03:00:51 Okay, everybody. Go do your homework on everybody that was around the victim. Tell Jay and so. will stop feeding tamper lies and non-factual information. I don't know what an ATK is or the meaning behind that. Y'all won't be able to find a picture or audio on earth of me and young and ace or his clothing brand. J.S.O. Go find it.
Starting point is 03:01:11 Got to say, hear this and hear this well. From the depths of your jail cell, nigger. We don't give a fuck if you were a gang member, nigger. We don't give a damn if you was an ATK. you gave the nigger location up and got him killed that's it we don't go he's talking about everything up but the damn murder nigger told me was on a couple vacation out of town get your stupid ass on out of here nigga we don't care if you was a gang member okay well that actually doesn't matter for him to get the needle like for them to give the death penalty they didn't prove that
Starting point is 03:01:44 but for just the murder for just the murder my guy you wasn't across the street or wherever you were like two blocks away from the goddamn murder for no damn reason by simple coincidence. All right, my nigga. You are cooked. Don't come, yo, don't come posting shit on
Starting point is 03:02:03 Instagram. Go snitch. Go snitch on the guys. You're not one of the shooters. Go snitch on the shooters. That's what you should be doing. Go snitch. Getting over here,
Starting point is 03:02:14 Toma, oh, Axe, J and Soba. Nah, we ain't asking him nothing. Go tell. Tomah, I never talk to Ace. Hey,
Starting point is 03:02:31 hey, oh, then from line and fly. What we had to show out when a niggum foolie was scared to come in the room what what what what what we was and tally for a niggins niggas scat to come in the room we're talking about oh i'm a fuck with y'all boys later y'all boys too deep in here j you was pussy you pyr uh this is old as um uh mr jones you've been charged with three separate counts of second degree murder he's also been charged with uh uh
Starting point is 03:03:05 hell bro what the fuck it's a gutter's a so i said a started all this mess okay well there's too many ancillary niggas i don't know man hmm you know what's so sad about like this picture said a person was born in 2000 like even if they died this year there'll be 24 like jesus christ like a bunch of kids what does this mean why they holding up um is a pair of Jordans? What, is this 23? Is this his name? Okay, uh, somebody said,
Starting point is 03:04:04 react to Joe Budden talking about who? Joe Budden Gunner. Let me see. Is it that? Which on this? Is it this? We all want to react to. I don't give a, I never hear the word
Starting point is 03:04:33 rant again in hip-hop. I don't see what they have to do with music. Nothing. I don't told you all chat. The ties of changing. We're looking at the street niggas that they're going to stop having, they're going to stop bullying fans into riding out for their
Starting point is 03:04:47 beefs. If you call a nigga a rat, go kill that nigga, man. And go do your time. If you think if it's that much of a problem. Nothing. Yeah, I don't care. I just don't care. Give me the slaps, burn. That's it. Make slaps. Yeah, and gun and got them.
Starting point is 03:05:01 So go ahead and act like you don't want to go to that studio if you want. Little baby been with Central C and all these other Hey, hey, you better get updated since you're home now on the temperature. Who's hot and who ain't? You know what's so crazy? Gunna is a smart motherfucker man. Gunna, gonna been keeping quiet.
Starting point is 03:05:21 That's the best. You see, the more and more I realize, number one, six, nine was hated. But, um, six nine talk too much. You see, Gunna, Gunna's being quiet. Gunna's best response to young thug and baby is no response. It appears that he's minding his own business. He's leaving shit alone. When he's ever spoken on thug, he said free thug.
Starting point is 03:05:48 Like he ain't talked shit back to nobody, even though he did kind of sneak this on like bread and butter, but they look crazy trying to get at him. They look crazy trying to get at him. Him just kind of staying out of the way doing his own thing. got his own little circuit at this point. It's been working. Change a little.
Starting point is 03:06:11 Okay, let me see. Talk and you looking at it from Doug's perspective, you are saying, fuck that money. I'm standing on principle. No, no, no, he's not. No, you're not. No, hold on. Hold on. If he was saying that, he wouldn't have told the judge, the one person that I need to speak to, I want
Starting point is 03:06:32 to be able to communicate with that was a member of this case is my brother and gunner. He was not included gunner. Here's why. Here's why you Yeah, yeah, but I told you out that's a play because they're in business together. He don't want to talk that fuck, nigger, man. He don't talk to Gunna. But Gunna is outsmart in all these things because Gunna's shutting up.
Starting point is 03:06:56 Gunna's putting out good music. Gunner's putting out content. And Young Thug is going to find out, I personally believe, harshly if he thinks that he could get hip-hop to turn against Gunna. we've adjudicated that in the court of public opinion. Even if they think they, even if people think he told he making slaps, people like it, he's staying out the way,
Starting point is 03:07:20 he ain't talking shit, he ain't annoying, like he's just kind of doing him, he's likable school. You're not gonna, you're not gonna turn people against him. I think thugs should focus on just, yo,
Starting point is 03:07:31 I'm back campaign. People want to champion that. All right, cool. People don't want to be on the fuck gunna campaign, honestly. So, That's what I particularly think Is that the clip you I wanted me to react to?
Starting point is 03:07:47 I don't know whichever you want me to react. Okay. Oh. Whatever. Baby just dropped? What do you drop? What baby just dropped? A little baby.
Starting point is 03:08:32 Let's see what he got going on. What did he drop, though? I thought he just dropped. Oh. Insecurities. Yobbies. Y'all be saying I'm crazy. Let's see
Starting point is 03:08:53 The production got to go, bro When I'm hearing Insecurities, bro You know how young boy Be having them sad ass beats him in Rod Wave Yo, baby, try this Like again, still give me free advice I'm still on the clock
Starting point is 03:09:24 Hey, you need some Wrapover some piano shit Piano, trust me Because those scents Sound clubbish And when I read the title insecurities, sound like you want to get your feelings back. But we can't get in the feelings bag if we're still in the stripper bag.
Starting point is 03:09:45 Like those type of songs sounds like we're throwing money at whores. Okay. Piano. Trust. Piano. 100%. When you want to sound like you evil and maniacal, like on some savage shit, you do dark piano. Okay.
Starting point is 03:10:04 There's certain keys for that. but some piano trust. I'm telling you. the dumbest shit this nigga ever did was him saying he won't make no more songs like this. You know, somebody has to tell baby,
Starting point is 03:10:59 bro, you could do one song without showing off a botched BBL, bro. Like, like, you could do a song, like, I'm trying to connect to the song, but the song is in a club. Insecurities, but the song's in the club. Okay.
Starting point is 03:11:18 Then we got to, Bebeo bandit just like fucking just like plastered here like What the fuck this got to do with anything Bish damn that naked right? The fucking G string just sunk into the B of her fucking ass crack Yo
Starting point is 03:11:44 Whoever is doing the visuals For a baby you're fired Okay And also we got to get them new beats We need to create a atmosphere and image to make it look like he's sad that he's going through some shit like if I'm around him I would tell him some bullshit shit
Starting point is 03:12:09 like your bro when you do your interview around tell these things you've been in therapy or some shit like that therapy be hitting go up to charley man tell that nigga like you've been giving some anxiety you went to therapy that's gonna work bring some incense too that gonna work the top and I ain't break a sweat
Starting point is 03:12:30 I'm telling you it's like so cliche it's like whoever is doing the visuals or baby is like let's remind people that he got mad money and that he fuck bad bitches that's the only thing like yeah is this bitch bitch making chance off
Starting point is 03:12:51 for rapping and yo is this bitch naked for real oh no I think that's cool she got on my bad she got on the body suit I was about to say I can't play the whole thing because I'm not trying to get flagged on YouTube. We ain't get flagged there, do we? Okay, to art.
Starting point is 03:13:08 Okay. Okay. You have a body. I'll do the honesty. If you're letting me, you land and they all to see I'm a... Yo, rappers,
Starting point is 03:13:16 not only y'all could do what future do. Real talk. Not only I could do what future do. Think about, you know, these... You could make an artistic video, like on some... You don't got to be like Kendrick Lamar.
Starting point is 03:13:30 but you could have like, you know, tell us a story type shit. Like, I like these scenes right here. Man, if I was on Baby's team, I'll have Baby on fire right now, man. Nigger. I would have a, yo,
Starting point is 03:13:52 I would have Baby's whole concept being almost like a bridge between him being broke in the trenches and we're showing broke in the trenches. We're not showing. We don't want to see this nigger in some shit that he got from par, You get what I'm saying?
Starting point is 03:14:09 So I start calling a nigga Labbebe. We don't go fuck by what you wearing on the wrong way, nigga. We want to show struggle, trenches, and then we want to show opulence, but we want to show, maybe I'm over thinking it. I would just want to see the difference between him and what he's going through now compared to what he was like. Just different struggles at different times, right? Like you still struggle, even though you're rich and famous. You're just going through different things. When back then, maybe you could get food and pay rent.
Starting point is 03:14:40 now you got shit but everybody you know people turning it back on you this and third feds trying to lock you up it's kind of the same you know um same shit different toilet let me hear this I want to hear this course to see if this course is there
Starting point is 03:14:55 in a couple of insecurities I even feel like I'm always working but I answer all you call Oh okay hold on Oh okay wait hold on now Hold on now Hold on now I feel you never lie to you keep you wide up to me.
Starting point is 03:15:12 Baby you will never be involved. Okay. All right. Oh, I like that part. I know I always working when I answer all your calls. You see, that works with his little nasly thing. I know I'm always working when I answer all your calls. I'm always working but I answer all your calls.
Starting point is 03:15:30 Ain't no hidden motors. I've been doing it just because. Got me wide open with a vibe and a couple of insecurities. I even fell in low without your thoughts. A smile. The cute is your eyes. Look, I'm from having your body. Okay, okay.
Starting point is 03:15:41 Okay. Okay. Okay. You can't catch you a director where you try it. Don't chase you fuck all of them. Niggas all in your text match. I'm rich and I'm way cooler. I'm not flexing.
Starting point is 03:15:53 I'm always thinking about money. I can't help if it has. All right. Okay. All right. I'm getting this on B. I get this on B. Now I get this on B.
Starting point is 03:16:08 I get it some of B. I like how the chorus hit right there. I like how the chorus hit. You see, Some, you know, granted, I'm, you might think I'm nitpicking. I see some people say, I'm not hating. I'm not nitpicking. I'm nitpicking because he hasn't gotten the right choruses yet.
Starting point is 03:16:30 When he has a hit chorus, nothing that I say matters. You could show BBL's all, like for the whole video. Like the video don't matter when you have the hottest song. He just hasn't had the hottest song. So that's why I'm nitpicking to have him create and like almost a feel that people are tuned in that whenever the hit come, the hit comes. But if you have a under, I'm not saying this is an undiolable hot song. But when you have that, what I'm saying don't matter.
Starting point is 03:16:58 And that's the only reason why I'm giving input. When you have, like, if he had a song, if he had a song like freestyle, nigg, it don't matter if you're in the bank or you're in the BBL surgery spot. It don't matter, nigga. That song is hot as hell. It don't matter. Right? but I'm nitpicking because I think he's trying to find it a bit.
Starting point is 03:17:23 But I do like this chorus, though. I do like his course. Got me wide open. We've been vibing a couple of insecurities. I even fell in low what I would fall in love with a fault. You know, I'm always working, but I answer all your cause. Ain't no hitting motors. I'll be doing it just because.
Starting point is 03:17:36 Got me wide open. I've been vibing a couple of insecurities. I even fed and know what I feel like you're flasked as you're asking. You're from having your body. I'll do the honesty. You laugh and they all to say I'm a dog, they don't regret. Yeah, he's a Ferrari, the SM 90.
Starting point is 03:17:48 You can't catch you a die right in that pocket. He's not pocket right here. This kind of works with that little nascent. I'm always thinking about money. I can't help it. If it happens, it's made to happen. I can't stress it. I heard you got a boy.
Starting point is 03:18:06 You need a dead. You see, this kind of works with that little nasely, like, auto-tunish thing. This kind of works with it. You've been wanting to the world. We can go around and if I fuck with her. Gang shit and you're a man's girl. If you go to take me and you're a mask.
Starting point is 03:18:22 I'll provide for you. Okay. Okay. All right. I'm not trying to get flagged. I'm going to get flagged. All right. All right.
Starting point is 03:18:30 All right. I think he's building. He's building here. He's building here. He's building. You see, and this one will give QC some credit. I think QC, now that I think they're ready to pull the trigger, we're going to see what their rollout looks like.
Starting point is 03:18:46 This is going to be a. rollout okay he probably got again two videos two days um gave you 5 a m cool he mentioned some stuff on that even though low key baby's a great rapper man like have him show a little bit like he's he's rapping about shit but these club beats drown it out and i know i'm they're picking i know i'm nitpicking um i would love to hear a joint where he's just also straight rapping No attempt at no hit, just straight rapping Little baby funk flex This was one of my favorite joints by him
Starting point is 03:19:30 What's up? This your boy, little baby My new album, My... We hear Here, heater two This was five DJ Juanita Yeah I love this man

Yo, P, I know you cooking up whatever this rollout is.
Starting point is 03:19:57 We need, we need, he need to get on L.A. leakers. He got to get on, um, um, was it on the radar or off the radar? On the radar? And he got to do flex. You got to do all three. You got to get back in his freestyle bag. Let's get it. Fuck around and got my gang cracking.

Starting point is 03:20:40 Like, let him rap a little bit more. Not everything. I do love the harmonizing. But sometimes he's stuck in that mode. I like it when he fully sings. Damn there. I do be like, you know, I like artists when they sing. Shout to Drake, right?
Starting point is 03:20:52 This last Insecurities joint He's really A lot of melodine is being used He's singing pretty much Once he gets to the chorus I like that too But he could rap
Starting point is 03:21:03 Listen this nigga Beas wanna have a meeting with me Bitches line like she creeping with me Knowing damn well She's been with me In the summertime I had a heated with you Who the fuck was saying? I ain't lit

Look, a little bit of, there's more clarity here.
Starting point is 03:21:56 There's more clarity here with him. More clarity here you're hearing him rap. Fuck to all the tune. Get him on a different beat. Starting point is 03:43:13 Yeah, play bread and butter, nigger. Let's see. Diss them niggas. What is this? I don't know that's all. Okay. So Offset got into a altercation in Paris. Apparently there's a French rapper named Gazo in his entourage while he was filming the music video.
Starting point is 03:43:35 And this is what kind of happened. Now, let me go to TMZ real quick to kind of. to get the lowdown on exactly why they were into it. Let's see. Offset. Yeah, okay. So we're getting the details here. They're saying that his most recent Paris night ended some fisticuffs.
Starting point is 03:43:56 And they're saying that him and his homeboys were coming out of Hotel de Collectionau on Wednesday night with another group of men aggressively confronted them at the entrance. sources in the streets say the men were part of the French rapper Gazo's entourage who grew in rage after they paid offset $150,000 for a video shoot and laziness caused him to fail them to meet their requirements. Now, that's kind of odd. Did he not show up to the video? Did he show up with low energy? Did he show up late? But shit, I get it.
Starting point is 03:44:30 You pay somebody $150,000 to be in your music video and they come and they start playing around. It said they demanded offset return the money. he wouldn't oblige, things got heated. They said Offsett's teams attempted to calm the situation down and went out of the window when Offset was slamming into a vehicle as he was leaving. Offsets hurl yelling, I'll fire ass up as his security holds him back. Then all hell breaks loose. The two sides began to brawl so hard on the Paris Street that one guy managed to land a swift roundhouse.
Starting point is 03:45:03 What the fuck? Kick to the back of one of Offsets guy's head, which angered the rapper. The guard was preventing him from just. jumping in the fight to even the odds. The confusion even led to Offsets' crew fighting each other at one point, but Offset would not give up. He managed to break free and whack one of the French ops with a designer bootkick. What the fuck?
Starting point is 03:45:24 Yo, this description is crazy. Before the guard rushed him back to the hotel. But the heck is this. The French rappers weren't quitters either. And bummers the door, attempting to pull Offset out. A woman ended up taking a scary fall on the pavement when she fought off the attack. because the pandemonium makes it hard to declare a winner but also his team left the disorganizing uh was left disorganized and arguing as police officers arrived on this scene no one got arrested and gazo
Starting point is 03:45:50 posts the picture of him and offset on thursday morning previewing their upcoming wembe collab maybe everyone slept off the animosity no that's great promo we reached out to offset the first version of the events no word yet so this is a guy gazo okay it's clearly popular yeah i pay you 150,000 you better come show out let's But let's watch this shit. Starting point is 03:47:38 We, we, we, yo, you know, newsflash, we pay the security to act like they're holding us back. We ain't trying to get involved in that? The fuck? Like, you know, that's a reason. I pay security.
Starting point is 03:47:49 It's like, Rick Ross was like, yeah, huh. Yeah, I was going to get involved in when, when the Canadian goons was getting at me, but, uh,
Starting point is 03:47:57 my security was holding a boast back. Hell no. He's supposed to act like he holding me back that I could act like I'm getting in the fight. Oh. That is going to look good online. Yo, Aqua's ready to turn up. Hell no.

Starting point is 04:03:13 If Officer really wanted to get in the squabble, he would have ran around and ran to the nigger. Instead, he was like, I'll be held back by gravity and air. Security, bring your stupid ass over here and hold me for real, for all. Look, look, see? All right, now with security, get over there, he's like, man, get off of me, man, get the fuck off of me, man Let me get up in there, man Oh Okay, okay, stay on, some more

Starting point is 04:13:40 Damn, I'm trying to replay the shit Hold on Who know this song right here? How could I rewind this shit? Yeah, Gunner is a one Man show at this point He don't need to bring nobody out. He's straight.
Starting point is 04:14:49 All right. Okay, enough. We dragged out enough. What's next? What's next? What's next? Okay. Let me address this. Okay. So there's some rumors going on. There's some rumors going on that supposedly YG put OVO affiliate P-Rane, aka Prime, in a headlock, and like beat them up. now um i've heard that's just false so so the the rumor is you know um this happened i did i did hear something happened though i heard you just like you know kind of like slight standoff nothing crazy nothing got physical um but i think once it makes it to the
Starting point is 04:15:52 internet it's going to turn into somebody got a wedgy yo the idea of somebody getting a wedgy crazy right the idea of someone getting a wedgie is crazy but the reality of what i've heard is that yeah look at this is that how y g at preem in la rapper reportedly put canadian rapper preem in a headlocking game oh wedg that shit is funny by the way preem did respond to this on his um instagram he said i didn't screenshot it but because but it's a day it's over a day also I can't bring it up. It was on a story. He said,
Starting point is 04:16:40 um, um, he's not going to address every bullshit rumor. So he's kind of calling cap on it. Um, from, and I haven't spoken to him, but from what I've heard from just multiple people,
Starting point is 04:16:51 they said, there was something that happened, but nothing where nobody got beat up. And clearly, if both men haven't spoken on it, both men are keeping it like it is and not taking it to the internet. But of course, bystanders are going to like turn it into some shit.
Starting point is 04:17:07 You know what I'm saying? name um why did they supposedly get into it i have no idea right i have zero idea now some people could be like well why g's from l a preem is from canada and is associated with drake maybe it's that i don't know right but apparently it was just some words that i heard that got exchanged nothing like somebody got a wedgy nobody got beat up um from what i was told nobody necessarily got or checked, but that's from what I was told from people that were there, and I'm not talking about either or a person being the main person, YG or Preet, neither of them told me.
Starting point is 04:17:50 But from what people told me, it was just a little bit of, you know, some shouting, some conversation, not too sure why it all happened, but that is word on the street. Again, I'm hearing it through some sources that, again, aren't direct. Could they be not telling the truth? Yeah, but from what I've heard, I've heard it from enough people to hear that they supposedly did run into each other. Just nothing violent, nothing violent. So put that to bed.
Starting point is 04:18:25 I think this story is like hilarious though. And, you know, Sluid Supreme for not caring enough to really like correct it and kill it. But you know, YG ain't going to correct it either because makes them look great. Yo, I put a Canadian nigga in a headlock and gave him a wedgy. Sounds pretty good, right? So, yeah. Let me skip on to some other stuff that's going on. Did I see Push It?
Starting point is 04:18:50 No, not push a T. Farrell. So Farrell actually did an interview, and he responded to Drake's diss about his chain. And I want you out to answer me if y'all think that he is cap in or you think he's actually telling the truth. So. he did something on GQ and he was asked about Drake and we will get to it here. Hold on. Drake. So cool. So this is the first time Farrell who obviously Kendrick has acknowledged that Drake and Farrell don't see eye to eye. Some people could see where that come from. Farrell and the Clips Association. Drake used to get into it with Pusha T. Kind of makes sense. But Drake did buy up a lot of jewelry that were memorable. from Pharrell and maybe some people thought that was just paying respect and you know he
Starting point is 04:19:43 always said he loved Farrell. We're like grew up on idolizing Farrell. Maybe they were okay but after seeing Drake diss him a few times or have some slick bars and even wore some of the jewelry in jumbo tron shit popping people, you know, were wondering what's the status of that relationship? Then Drake later rapped that he was going to melt down the jewelry, obviously, you know, he then wrapped about that on Meltdown with, was it Travis Scott?
Starting point is 04:20:15 Whatever, that's all this. Anyway, here's the point. First time, Farrell is responding, and Farrell said this. You know, somebody says, you might find, this is what the interview was saying. You might find it embarrassing, but a lot of people liked your flashy era.
Starting point is 04:20:31 You were good at it, very innovative. Now in your Vuitton era, you've dialed the flashingness back up without being contradiction to the humility and gratitude. How could you have it both ways? He says, silence, believe it or not, that's the difference. So I guess they're saying he's back flashy, but he's now in his Louvitan wave.
Starting point is 04:20:51 And by the way, I think he's the director of Louvaton or something like that now. Or like, I don't know, the black person there. Los Vatan, Thorell. Yeah, he is the men's creative director. Okay? I think Virgil also served as something of the sort. Okay. So he's a men's creative director, and they're saying that he's in his Vatan era.
Starting point is 04:21:16 So now he's brought up his flashing his back. And he said silence. Believe it or not, that's the difference. And they then said, I know you just said silence, so forgive me, but this is an interview. Need you to say more. He says, well, silence is an exercise, allowing your work to speak for yourself as an exercise. being okay with the fact that most people are going to miss it, being extra okay with the fact that people who don't miss it,
Starting point is 04:21:42 who decide they want to act like it was their idea, they're going to get very loud about it, and they're going to get credit for it, until some of the real sleuths out there will be like, nah, here go to receipt. And you wait on that, will you stay in silence? Nigo, son, he taught me that. He don't say nothing, as Puscher says,
Starting point is 04:22:04 if you know, you know. Two years ago, you found an online auction platform. This is what the interviewer is saying. Called Jupiter. To launch it, you got all your iconic custom jewelry, stuff from, let's call it, your hubris era, out of storage, and you sold it. Was that stuff weighing on you?
Starting point is 04:22:22 He said, I didn't realize. You never realize how much stuff you have weighs on you, but it does. You don't know it until you get rid of it. The muscles in my back, now they work without strain. it. When you let that go, man, you feel so free. It doesn't mean it doesn't exist in the world. It's still here. And whatever happens to them happens to them. Right. And this interview is saying,
Starting point is 04:22:46 right. In this case, Drake buys a bunch of it. Says, sure. How and when did you find out he was the buyer? And were you like, hmm, is this for? And Farrell says, no. Because I think beyond all the ongoings at the heart of it all, he's a fan of music. He's talking about Drake. He's a fan of history of what it is. And I happen to be a part of that. And those artifacts are a part of it. So then they asked, so when you found out he bought them, were you like, cool? Farrell says, yeah. Then they asked. And then when he was rapping about melting the jewelry down saying, come get his legacy out my house and all that stuff. How did that strike you?
Starting point is 04:23:31 It didn't. that didn't strike you? No. It's interesting that these things are weighing on you. You get rid of them. Somebody else takes them on. And what they meant to him, I guess that's for him to decide. Farrell says, or not.
Starting point is 04:23:48 I guess things are not for me to understand. When you let things go, a huge part of it is actually letting go. Not just as a physical item, but letting go of your connection to what is supposed to mean or the memory. you're literally letting them go. That was the purpose. It's like when people sell something, they go, I just want to make sure you take care of it because this is my baby. And I'm like, no, no, no, no, no.
Starting point is 04:24:15 This is not my baby. That's why I'm letting it go. Then they talk about Louis Vuitton. What's your best day on the job so far? It's every day. So let me ask you a question. Farrell came off kind of unbothered answering these questions about, Drake and his jewelry what do you think personally I actually believe him I think that
Starting point is 04:24:42 Farrell I think if anything for a thing's cute like oh he thinks I'm bothered by this I don't think for else sold his jewelry because he needed money I think he I think he's sold it a strategic way to launch certain things and I don't think he sold things that he wanted to keep so watching Drake who paid millions of dollars for his old jury prance around and rap about oh i'm melting this down and oh get his legacy out of my house yeah that by the way that's a fire bar still but i don't think i don't think i don't think i don't think for a hell gives a fuck you spent you spent maybe 50 times more than i spent to buy these things and you spent that to buy it from me and then you think you're
Starting point is 04:25:37 disrespected me after pain after overpaying me for what I had for so long that I gave up yeah now back to that auction it was said yeah so apparently Drake Drake bought a 2.2 million chain that belonged to Farrell. I don't know if the chain called $2.2.2 million or he paid $2. Okay, this was his yard sale auction, including a $2 million chain, $45K gold and in case Blackberry, and he made over $5 million in sales, right? Let's see if you can find this auction site. So remember these chains, these little skateboard P chains,
Starting point is 04:27:02 this is the Blackberry You know It's on a Jupiter site Here we go We can't find it anymore because there is salt He explained the energy held by cultural artifacts As they're collected Our pass from person to person
Starting point is 04:27:24 Existent auctions Didn't just capture the happy singer's vision For selling the eclectic collection Said there's not one size that fits all I'm not gonna sell furniture on stock X You know what I'm saying? I'm gonna sell you know what 20 plus carrot diamond rings Right
Starting point is 04:27:39 Hmm So he put up a pair of sunglasses for 63,000 120,000 for a Louis Vuitton trunk Imagine paying 66 63,000 for this shit Got all the ear grease from that nigga hell now man And then 2.2 for a necklace Now we all know that Drake and Jumbotron shit popping He showed off a lot of this, right?
Starting point is 04:28:22 Look, he literally showed off You see the chain You see the That piece there And then you see pretty much everything Yeah Drake really dropped five million How rich is this motherfucker Look
Starting point is 04:28:43 And then Drake holding up Look at Drake Petty, that nigga is petty as shit Ooh yeah, that's the PSP Drake is petty as shit bro Yep Drake the epitome of petty And then let's look at the $2 million chain.
Starting point is 04:29:20 I want to see the chain. Two million chain. I just want to see what it looks like. Oh, it was this, right? And then Drake, look at Drake flexing with the shit. Drake is shit. Drake is shit, man. Drake is a shit.
Starting point is 04:29:51 Drake flexing with the chain with the middle finger up. With the hello kitty nails. Yo, Drake is a goat. Drake is the fucking goat, bro. petty as hell you're rocking that niggins yo Drake is so fucking petty but is it still boss
Starting point is 04:30:15 here's the thing though if I'm Farrell I don't give a fuck like I'm sorry I don't give a fuck enjoy buying my chain for $2.2 million and telling me you're gonna melt it down first of all you're a fan of mine if you're buying my chain
Starting point is 04:30:32 you're my fan you pay for you can do whatever you want with it It's not like I'm you paid for it to hold it to give it back to me and then Drake in the family matter videos He has right here he brings that shit out again Because I want to talk to the man in the house You want to take up oh my god so you want to take off for a show he got the whole nigga jewelry collection He puts it on this Chinese thing his neck come get his legacy out of my house cold
Starting point is 04:31:29 cold is ice god damn get his legacy out of my house a cease and decisions for hoax can't listen to come out of your mouth god damn you say he ain't going to melt that park ring
Starting point is 04:31:46 you know Drake is probably spent like 20 million just on like memorabilia probably even more than that kind of shows how much of a student of the game He is, regardless, yo, I don't think that Farrell is bothered. Drake wanted to pay an exorbitant amount for his jewelry to have some legacy or have part of rap history. If he want to melt it down and be petty, that's okay. I don't think Farrell should give a fuck.
Starting point is 04:32:21 It don't look like he'd give a fuck. Clearly, he probably don't like Drake neither. But Drake paid for it. Fuck it. You were selling it. paid for it whatever yeah I'm not gonna say that he he's bothered I think he's like whatever I'm not gonna give it energy and if Drake feels like it was worth spending five million dollars to melt the nigga chain down to send that message cool whatever
Starting point is 04:32:45 whatever he bought the glasses too oh are these the glasses oh these the glasses oh these the glass oh Drake bought the whole fucking collection bruh shit they want the whole collection Oh, the Tupac ring is here. Damn, that thing brought out all the memorabilia. Drake don't bought up the whole hip-hop history, man. Drake Tupac ring. How much he spent for this one? He bought it for like a little bit over a million?
Starting point is 04:33:58 So he bought that for a million. But probably spent like four million or maybe spent the whole five million at, and, um, uh, what's the name thing? Spend a whole $5 million at Ferell shit because he got everything there He got the glasses Oh and he had he was wearing the glasses here too
Starting point is 04:34:21 You know Drake must be stopped Drake had on the glasses Was the watch being sold to I gotta see all the pieces that were being sold And this was being sold too This okay okay cool Oh, and this Okay, so here's the whole collection
Starting point is 04:34:50 Here's a 19 pieces that Jacob Okay, okay, so these are all of them that went to the collection And drink bought All of them to be this petty and this rich To be this fucking petty and this fucking rich, bro To be that fucking petty and that fucking rich Mm-mm-mm-mm-mm-mm-mm-mm-mm. This nigga Drake bought the whole
Starting point is 04:35:40 fucking collection. Petty, but I don't think I don't think he's bothered. I don't think he's bothered at all. All right. Okay, cool. Let me see.
Starting point is 04:36:12 What else? What else? What other topic did I get to? Did I even do the 6-9 topic? I felt like I felt like I gave you the update, but I didn't do too much on it. We all know if the 6-9 got
Starting point is 04:36:28 30 more days in jail. He's getting out. He's going to have spent like about 45 days in jail when he gets out. He's taking another year of probation. His probation was supposed to end in like a few months, but it's going to be extended to a year when he gets out. Actually, let me just do it now. So this is a probation paperwork for 6-9.
Starting point is 04:36:55 Again, it's available on the academy. That blog. Okay, where is it at? fuck is the paper boy yeah so um this is what he's going to do so this is supervised release for six nine so upon it release from imprisonment um you'll you have a supervised release of a term of uh the previous term of supervised release is revoked which was like less than six months and a new term of 12 months is imposed so he's getting another year of probation right um the defendant will be on home incarceration so home arrest for the first 30 days so he's going to do 30
Starting point is 04:37:49 days in jail come out do you know they're punishing six nine they're really thinking he was doing too much so you're doing 30 days extra in jail so you do 40 days 45 days in jail coming home doing 30 days on house arrest um home incarceration for the first 30 days and home detention for 30 days those detention and the same thing as wait oh home incarceration for the first 30 days on home detention. Okay. For the second 30 days, during which time with probation approval, he'll be permitted to leave his home to fulfill his outstanding community service
Starting point is 04:38:29 and on curfew during his third 30-day period. God damn, so pretty much they're giving like almost 90 days of some crazy shit. First, 30 days, home house arrest. Can't go nowhere. Second 30 days, home detention could only leave to go do community service. And the third 30 day, he's going to have a curfew where maybe got to be in an 11 o'clock or maybe like 8 o'clock, who knows? During the first 90 days following his release, when the defendant saw a home incarceration, home detention, and curfew respectively, the defendant will submit to electronic monitors. So he's going to have an ankle monitor on for the whole time. Upon release from his 45-day imprisonment, the defendant will surrender his passport, so no passport, Jesus Christ, and will not travel internationally during his one-year term of supervised release.
Starting point is 04:39:22 So all his show is overseas, he's going to be missing out on a shit ton of money. Remember, he gets booked overseas a lot for shows now. After the defendant is no longer on home incarceration, detention, or curfews after 90 days, he may travel domestically for work, but only upon probation approval, including its approval, of his approval, the defendant's proposed travel schedule. The defendant will submit to drug testing and drug treatment as directed by probation. The defendant will complete his outstanding community service obligations no less than 30 days before the completion of his one-year term of supervised release. He'll be subject to all other previously imposed conditions and special conditions of supervised release to the extent they are not inconsistent with the above-described terms. And, yeah, here's the mandatory conditions.
Starting point is 04:40:15 You cannot commit no crime. You must not have any controlled substances. You must refrain from using any unlawful use of controlled substances and submit to a drug test within 15 days of release. You must cooperate in a collection of DNA. Damn, Jesus. Wow. My boy cooperated, man.
Starting point is 04:40:45 Y'all got to give him, like, some leeway. So yes, 6-9 is going to get out sometime of December. I don't know if it says, does it say when? Yeah, sometime of December is going to get out. And yet, they have him in a secure housing unit. He's nowhere in the Diddy files or the Diddy atmosphere. So Diddy's in MDC, Brooklyn, I believe. But 6-9, because of his cooperant status,
