If Dirk had a plea agreement or whatever, at this point, it's either it's too late or it's probably against the clock, because once the trial starts, he's not going to be able to take any plea. Oh, that's interesting. So they're saying Jam gave in, so Jam was cooperated already. They said Jam was given probable cause for houses to get raided with a search warrant. If you don't know how search warrant works, you got to go to the judge, do a sworn affidavit as a federal agent in this case because it's a Fed case.

But you need probable cause. Now, a probable cause could be someone who's been in that house who's saying, hey, I'm going to swear on a penalty of perjury. So that person is putting down a sworn statement that they believe, let's say guns is in there. Let's say, oh, no, they got 15, like, you know, Mexican midgets, like, kidnapped in a basement. That's something that could work for a search warrant. So they're saying, Jam was cooperating already.

Let me go back. When was Jam cooperating? In September. So I'm pretty sure a young boy was already locked up on his gun case. when King Vaughn got killed and that was a separate thing in November with Kondarana because I know about this case very extensively. I mean, Dirk famously rapped, delete my iCloud if the Fed say they are on me, though. He said that, all right? So the judge basically said, look, if Dirk said the same thing due to drug dealing, delete the I cloud messages, how is it any different? And the judge actually made

quite a good point in Dirk's favor here. They said, look, you could say delete the ICloud messages if you were having a civil lawsuit or a civil dispute with someone and you wanted to hide evidence. Now, sure, that would be unethical and wrong. But at the same time, if you was having a civil lawsuit about some money and you said, yo, delete the messages and delete the ICloud to cover it up, that's not necessarily proof of murder on its own. Now, the prosecution clapped back and they said, look, the cops asked them about OTF, the nickname Blood, location that was raided being linked to that participating witness. And the co-conspirators were worried about a person involved in the murder cooperating. Now, it wasn't the best reply, but I do think that it was pretty interesting because it was them. It was the feds basically saying, well, look, Jam gave us the info for the raid.

They didn't say this, but it's almost like they inferred, like, look, if they was drug dealing, cool, but Jam's participating to try and hush up his involvement in the murder, and if he told on them for the traphouse, and they worked out that he was telling, he'd tell him about all the stuff he involved in, including the murder, but they didn't say that, but anyway, that's what I'm inferring. So after that, they said that the co-conspirators were worried about a person involved in the murder. I already told you that. So they said if the defendant wants to say that it's all about drug dealing, they can. They're saying that this drug thing can be put to the jury.

And basically like, it's like a whole thing. So after that, Dede's lawyer then spoke about numbers 164 and 165, those pieces of evidence. And they basically said, look, I reserve the right to speak about this overall gang argument. We've been going back and forth about this and they're not supposed to be going over the bank. be going over the gang thing. But they're saying, look, here in Evidence 165, they said the government are getting in lyrics that are referring to DEDY as the nickname threat.

They didn't like that. They said in 164, the government hasn't met the relevancy test. They said it's a dis... I think it said it's a dislocated interpretation. He said the IG live video. And basically they were saying that there was an IG live video where DEDY referred to himself as the murder man. And they were trying to say, look, this is prejudicial.

He was referring to comments that were calling him the murder man. They're saying that the government never said that DEDY shot anyone. Dee didn't admit that he was a shooter. Didi wasn't on there talking about shootings that he had done. Dedy wasn't a shooter in the situation. And then the judge basically said, well, look, Didi talking about them being a murder man from the comments, how does that not refer to Pab's murder? Does that not refer to the murder? And they said, are the government misinterpreting what's in the video? What's going on? And then Dede's lawyer said, well, they didn't give any transcripts. They just gave a summary. They said it was probative. They said, in the video,

he's wearing that V-Roy chain. And this was a few months before the murder. But obviously, Didi's been accused of other murders, right? And they said, so it shows, the prosecution said, look, it shows connections to Taytown and OTF and all the gangs. It shows that he was connected to King Vaughn with the V Roy Chen. And it basically said that they can argue that he's not referring to Little Pap's murder. Okay, all right, cool. There's a couple more updates. I want to get through them really quickly.

If I get, if I get trapped, I think Trappler was either fucking a bitch or he is knocked out. He was watching us talk to 6'9. He was waiting, but it looked like he might be, he might have fell asleep. Okay, it's all good. There's some more important information. Now, keep in mind, this is really extra pre-pre-trial because they're going to be getting, they're going to be seating the jury on Thursday, Friday, and we expect the trial to start on Monday, Tuesday. So we're getting down to the wire and what could be allowed in court. They're fighting over that currently, okay? Now, what we just talked about was. the, you know, six, nine and whack stuff that supposedly caused Vaughn to slide, according to the feds. They're saying that that interview, which was on my podcast off the record, is something that pissed Dirk off and encouraged people even more to, we need to kill somebody. Now, we start to hear about OTF Jam, and we've heard about him a lot about him being like

a cooperator, this and third, but we now get to find out actually he is. Now, I wanted to talk to Trappolo Ross to ask him, how are they actually? called him OTF Jam or they call him by his real name. How is it now known that he's 100% a cooperator? But they're saying that Lil Dirk groomed OTF Jam to commit murders. Listen to this. This is one of those. Okay, so look, I'm here outside the federal court house.

This is the second video that I'm actually now making on the information that came out today. And if you saw the last video, you'll know that some pretty crazy stuff came out in court regarding OTF jam. Now, I just told you that he basically apparently told the feds that he obviously now he's cooperating. It's been official he's cooperating. He's saying that he was at the music. video shoot for the song, um, Block is Hot with Didi, and that Dirk and a bunch of other guys

took him into the bathroom and basically said to him, bro, you need to chill on committing these murders because you are literally making the block hot. The title of the song is Block is hot, and you're making the Block Hot with all these extra murders. Now, he basically is going to tell them a whole bunch of stuff, and what I'm going to tell you in this video is just about a whole bunch of like back and forth that went down, where basically like, it's very overwhelming evidence that, like, Lil Durk was seemingly, you know, funding this get back for Vaughn. There was a bunch of evidence for, you know, getting stolen cars, getting get back for Vaughn. Oh, Block not going hard enough for getting back for Vaughn,

talking about transporting guns, just a bunch of really incriminating evidence that really, a lot of it connects to OTF jam, and it is pretty interesting, and we're going to hear about how OTF jam was included in OTF, and basically the argument being made that, like, OTF was actually, like, included in OTF and being given money up front

in the hopes that in future he might commit crimes and murders for dirt. So set aside the fact that what I told you in the last video is that when they did the Block His Hot music video, they took Jam into the bathroom and told them, you need to slow down on all these extra murders, you do an extra, you do an extra assignments that we ain't really putting you on to here, which in itself is pretty incriminating. But the next stuff I'm about to tell you is pretty crazy, okay?

So what ended up happening following on for my last video, they kept going through various exhibits, kind of going over different things that Dirk's defense wanted kind of stricken off and ruled out, and the prosecution would have included. And the judge was basically given both sides an opportunity to argue their respective points, and then pretty much not necessarily making a ruling. I know a lot of people got in my case about the judge basically says what he's going to do before he does it. He says his feelings, he says what his plans are,

and then he puts it in writing within a couple of days. Okay, so before anyone says, oh, that didn't, I'm going to tell you what the judge said, and you're going to get a, you're going to get the gist, you're going to get an impression of the types of rulings that he's going to make. So they moved on to evidence 184 and 183. And they basically said, um, 183 is kind of part of the gang component. And the judge says, look, everything's kind of rising and falling on the gang stuff. Um, you guys put in a lot of stuff late. I severed the indictment.

And really, I'm trying to avoid anything that's related to this BD, GD, gang war that was going on in Chicago. Because this is about Lil Pab, Cuando, Rondo, Lil Tim, a bunch of guys from Savannah who were having a music industry beef with King Vaugh. was nothing to do with the GD-B-D gang war. So what ended up happening there is the government were basically saying, Exhibit 183 is a clip or an image that basically shows DD-making gang signs. And they said that their confidential witness number one,

who we now know as OTF Jam, will basically say that this is a sign dissing the GDs. It's probably GDK, all right? If you know GDK, it's the pitchfork, upside down, I'm not going to do it and disrespect anyone, okay? I'm not affiliated with anyone. But you know the hands sign?

King Von used to do it non-stop. You know when people will be doing the little broken love-heart emoji? That's low-key, GDK. I'm not going to lie to you with a thumb sticking out. Anyway, all right, you get the gist. So the judge basically said, look, how does this GDK gang sign? How does that tie in to the motive for stalking and murdering, attempting to murder Cwondo and murdering his cousin, Lil Pab?

How does that relate? This isn't about the GDBD gang war. And they said, look, that sign doesn't relate to this specific, the judge said, that sign doesn't relate to this specific conspiracy, so what's the purpose? And the government clapped back. They basically said, look, the gang piece in 183. It basically gives a motive.

We all types of motorbikers coming by. The motorbike is active. It's active outside the court house today. I'm not going to lie. It's popping. But they basically explained, okay, that like, in their opinion, they said, look, King Von is a prominent, feared black disciple. He was a gang. He was a real black disciple legend, right? He was BD crazy. Okay? They didn't say that, but that's what they were satiricology.

But basically said, look, that's why King Von status as King of BDs on King David, all right? On King Von, he was so important that they needed to get back. It didn't matter that the GDs didn't kill Von. He was so respected for their own honor, they needed to get back and get revenge on King Von. That's what was going on, right? So after that went down, the judge basically said, well, If that was so important, why are you just bringing this up now? You're a little bit late to the party on bringing up this information. And then after that, the prosecution basically said, we did bring it up with an expert witness a year ago.

You guys are overlooking that. They basically said, look, this piece of information, this is what makes this senseless crime makes sense. They said, Dirk being a multi-millionaire rap star who's doing songs with Drake, even sending a hit score doesn't make sense unless you factor in the fact that King Von was his best friend. He had signed him musically and that his status as the king of the BDs on King David was needed to be defended.

They needed to defend his honor. The only thing that makes a millionaire rapper like Lil Dirk throw his whole life away sending a hit squad a day's notice to a whole other state is King Von Status. It makes sense to me. So, so active out of him. So after that, I'm going to have to yell over this thing, man. It's crazy. So after that, the judge basically said, well, look, 183 and 184, it kind of is like, based on my view that this is part of the gang theory. He said that that seems most relevant.

He said, what are the dates for seen it all and the federal freestyle, other songs and music videos that you guys are trying to include? And they said January 2023 was the federal freestyle, same as 182. They said OTF Jam is going to give the best estimate to when the videos for these songs were filmed. I don't know if they might have got that a little bit wrong, because I swear Federal Freestyle was on OTF's Loilbrose 2 album, and I'm pretty sure that came out on December 16th, but obviously the music video came out later, so that might be the point of contention there. But anyway, I don't know.

It's a solo song that they put on the OGF group album. So the fact that he, they confirm it's Jam is the only one on federal freestyle.

And Jam basically said he felt like if he didn't participate in the murder of Saviah Robinson and the stalking of Kondo Rondo, he didn't feel like he would have been included in these opportunities. And the judge basically was like, okay, I've heard enough. I'll take it under consideration. He didn't make it. clear which way he was going to go on that one, but he said he was going to consider it. So after that, we were looking at, um, evidence number 220. Um, the judge basically said, I previously suggested that the voice memo...

I still think Brian Steele is going to be really... He's going to be really the guy to, like, break some of these witnesses. Yo, I don't lie, man, I feel like I got to go to that trial, bro. He's going, like, you know how he did with, um, he did with somebody in a ditty case. And he definitely did clearly the whole Jeffrey Williams, like, Doug case. And I get why he said that, but it was almost a little bit like, all right, come on now. It's not a million years. It's a year, just under a year, really.

They're saying that he directed these sliders, these stolen cars, be purchased for the specific purpose of committing crimes. They're saying that Dirk has won exercising control over the group and the individuals in it. And they're saying that this text is basically context for the voice note that is going to be put forward. And the government said, look, we can trim it down if it's too long. And the judge said, look, it's not if 220 should be admitted. It's if the voice note should actually join the exhibit. And the defense said, look, this is inadmissible.

It was taken in April 2023. So the judge talking about if it's a million years after, April 2023, that's less than a year, right? Like, what's that? It was in August. So that's what eight months after? That's eight months and a million years is definitely two big differences. But anyway, I'm going to leave the judge alone because he seemed like a real straight shooter. But from there, they basically explain that like they're just assuming that Doudi Lowe is referring to Dirk when he says blood,

but he's saying that these guys refer to each other as blood all the time. They're saying this has nothing to do with the case. And it's interesting, right, because they're low-key snitch on themselves. They keep on saying, oh, these messages, they're not about the murder. They're about drug dealing. They're getting out each other. They're messaging each other about like little drug deals and little trap houses that they've got going on. It's like, okay, cool.

But you guys, you guys coping out to a different crime? Well, I mean, that's better I know it might seem like incriminating But it's one of those where like The girl of a cat who's cheating And then The only lie she'll believe is some shit That kind of makes you guilty already

We're going to go slide on the ops and sell them drugs. That's not what happens. But anyway, they're going to try their best. So after that, we kind of saw a little bit more stuff kind of go down. And we basically kind of got some more information that pretty much just kind of went to, you know, whether or not the judge should kind of stick to the ruling. And basically, he kind of talked about the timing, whether there would be anything kind of...

Basically, the defence said, look, they agree, it would be nothing to do with a conspiracy, and like the timing really doesn't matter. But, like, this kind of didn't really make sense, because the prosecution basically said, look, we're not going to get into this whole idea that they were drug dealers, that they were trapping, that they were selling drugs.

Like, that's not relevant. There's no accusation that they were selling drugs. It's not a drug case. It's not a drug trafficking case. That's not what's going on. They basically just said, what's key is that Booney Moe is recruiting people, especially OTF Jam, for specific purposes.

to participate in this conspiracy. That's what they're alleging. Okay, and then the judge basically said, well, look, okay, but it's up to the defense to decide what this is really about. Like, that's really what's going on with this. And they said that, you know, the prosecution basically say, look, the reference to sliders, it refers to stolen cars. It's kind of like a whole thing where basically, you know, they're trying to get their stolen cars to commit crimes with. They're saying that this connects to the LA siders. They said, we need to get some sliders in LA to, you know, basically go and commit crimes with. That's what's going on.

And so after that, the prosecution would move on to Exhibit 10, and they basically would say, This is, I might have written this down wrong, but basically they were, I've written Exhibit 10, but I think maybe that includes several things, but they said 219 is a piece of evidence that is incredibly important. They basically said, this is an admission of the murder from Dirk to Dede. And what's interesting about that is the judge actually said, look, I haven't actually read this one yet. The judge says that they haven't kind of got around to this one yet, but you know, explain it, let me know what's going on with that. So after that, the prosecution said, well, look, the life of the conspiracy is key. The conspiracy never ended. They're saying witnesses in the exhibits will show that the conspiracy will not end. It did not end. They were conspiring to do this.

this shit for quite some time. It was like a very, very obvious thing that they were doing this conspiracy and it was, they was going to keep this covered up as long as they possibly could. Now after that the judge said, look, we can't have the same argument over and over and over again five times. I'm going to rule on the length of the conspiracy later on. And then the prosecution basically said, well, look, in 219, this is what it shows. It shows that Dirk and OTP were basically upset with Vonset of the BDs. They didn't say Obloch, but I'm assuming that they're talking about O Block. And what I think that they were doing in that case is that they were basically explaining that like, O Block wasn't sliding for Vonn. Like, that's basically what's going on that.

And so like, it kind of makes sense to me that, you know, they basically said they were mad at Obloch for not getting revenge for Von. They said that there was communication between Didi and others where they discussed Obloch beating with other people and like, you know, basically just like the disrespect that was level towards King Von. So like with that, they basically kind of like were talking about like, you know, the beef that O Block were having with people. They said, you know, it was an admission, right? They said that Dirk said, oh, they're leaving all of the sliding up to us. And, you know, basically the defense said that this has nothing to do with the case. all right, this opens up the door to like a gang side show that they described it as. They called it a gang side show, which I just thought it was like a little bit random, okay?

But, um... Oh man. So basically, right, like this gang side show that I don't really have any kind of understanding of, but that's what they said. They said it was opening up to a gang side show. So after that, they moved on to talking about Exhibit 10. And in Exhibit 10, the judge basically said, why is this needed? What is the purpose of this?

What is the relevance of this? How are you doing? Your part of the video. Screaming, no. And Dirk didn't really want no parts of it. Dirk didn't really say nothing about it. So after that, or basically said,

Dirk is mocking the reaction of Gwondo Rondo at the scene. You know where he was screaming, no. And they basically said, why isn't 120 the link between these things? And the defense basically said,

look, the link is not responded to, it's not relevant. They're basically saying that somebody messaged Dirk and sent him like the footage and the details of Gwondo at the scene screaming, no, after all of that stuff happened. So after that, they're basically saying

there was no evidence who sent it. They're not putting forward like who sent it, what the details about this were. And pretty much they were just trying to say that like, look, Someone messaged Dirk basically in a group chat talking about,

Oh, Kondo was at the screen scene screaming, no, and Dirk didn't really want no parts of it. Dirk didn't really say nothing about it. So after that, all right, basically from there, the judge would say, look, I don't understand why you think this was hearsay. It's a verbal act that somebody else made. And the defense said, well, look, if there's an inference that it's mocking, if there's an inference that the message was mocking Kondo Rondo,

it's prejudicial to Dirk. Someone sending him the message talking about no, with no response, it's not really relevant. So there was kind of more of these little incriminating things that were brought up in these group They was trying to say that there was a text between Dirk and a coke and spirit talking about transportation of those. They were saying that this is art, not evidence.

That phrase has been brought up a lot in Young Thugs trial as well. They kind of brought up the same thing. Okay, all right. We're going to the last video, I believe. This is, here we go. clearly how that's going to play out. So I'm thinking now it's probably not... Okay, actually, so we're not even going to do that. By the way, Vaughn was killed. I believe on November 6th, 2020. I could be wrong about that. When was Vaughn killed? When was King Vaughn killed? Yes, November 6th, 2020. Okay? Which means approximately less than eight weeks,

I guess people are hitting Dirk like, yo, what are you doing for, you know, New Year's Eve? Or New Year's or whatever. And he says, yo, I'm not celebrating New Year's. My dog is dead. Nobody's doing anything. Rondo is acting like. they don't have nothing to worry about, meaning Cuando Rondo,

even though we got their location. So, Dirk was upset that no one was killing. It is what it is. This is according to the feds, though, okay? According to the feds. Oh, wow. Let me see. Was there another thing?

There's another, like, explicit message, I believe, or maybe we read it already. Yeah, so we're hearing about OTF Jam. We're going to get a lot more into it later. By the way, Dirk did put up on his story, God is the greatest. Remember, he cannot talk about the trial no more, nor could the lawyers. There is a gag order in effect. Okay.

Remember, the trial supposedly is to start on Thursday, but on Thursdays it's more about seating a jury. But once they get to there, they don't want to keep going. going back on these issues that have to do with what's allowed and what's not.

Okay. Okay. We'll hop over to the Tupac trial real quick. So today was like day three, or day two, actually, of the Keefe D murder trial. And they had on the stand today, a guy who we've seen on podcast, Mob James. Now, they didn't only have Mob James on. They had even on Reggie Wright, Jr., which we might get to. but I wanted to show you Mob James' testimony

while he's on the stand in the Keefee D murder trial and I'm going to be honest with you, chat, they're taking this thing like it's a joke. All of these people who are testifying, remember, they don't got to testify. They could act elusive and not really testify. The government can't put them in jail. I mean, they could hold him for contempt,

but they could just duck all these subpoenas or whatever. these guys are kind of testifying because they want a little bit of clout. And what we're getting to find out is that they're showing up to court and they're doing probably the best impression of why I sell Woody because

they got attitudes, they're like popping their shit, they want to get their shit off more than they want to just cooperate from the government because to them, it's a state case, the government has nothing on them. So let's get into some of what was said in court.

So technically, they were, they were almost enemies, or at least they had different interests when it came to, like, protected people. And you're dealing with the gang, the gang life is going to be violent at any given time.

Are you familiar with somebody by the name of, somebody that went by the name of Tupac Chiquor? Yes. How are you familiar with Tupac? He was assigned to death, bro. And when he was signed with Death Row, would he also hang out with you guys? He hung with my brother now. Yeah.

technically it wasn't our business. Now, was there another gang that was associated with Bad Boy Records, the East Coast record company that Puffy had?

The only one I know of is Southside. And did that escalate the tension between Maupairo and South Side? At the time, we wasn't, there was no Edward, no peace. and when the two record companies got into it, bad boy went to Keeb Dina and Shill came to us. So that intertwined everything and we, yes, we had issues. Do you recall any instances that you were at, where those issues manifested itself in terms of violence?

Are you serious? Don't ask me that right here. As I said, they turned, this into a spectacle because you're laughing on the stand, they're joking. It's not kind of how it works in federal court. Like, you know, everybody's serious because

if you're testifying, usually you have a reason to testify. You pled guilty and you're hoping that the government's going to reward you for testifying. I can't say that on both sides. When

each neighborhood met each other, there could have been there was a lot of tension. I'd say that. Okay. Now, I want to talk a little bit about September 7th, 1996. Were you in Las Vegas on September 7th of 1996? Yes.

Why were you in Las Vegas? To run the security at 662, we were having issues with individuals that said that they were coming for whatever reason they was coming for and to come to 662. My job was to not let that happen. Similar to the kind of security you were asked to apply in the whole Snoop Dogg situation.

It didn't have nothing to do with Snoop Dogg. It was, everybody came with Shilvin Bunchman and his entourage. Everybody went for the fight. My job and all of my people were there to make sure nothing funny happened at 662. So we were the fault guys. So if something happened, we was the one that's going to go

to jail for it, prepared to do that. So nobody else was going to come up there and disrupt it in that manner. But if anybody remembered that night, it was so many Metro and everybody there, no, neither side could have did anything. So it was calm. It was peaceful. So when you say there's so much Metro there you're talking about so much Metro at Club 662? It was police all over the place. Now, you said you were there to be on the lookout for something. You said I was on the lookout with nothing. I apologize. You were there in order to ensure there weren't any progress.

Is that there? To make sure everything was good. And because you had heard there might be some issues. Correct. And what were the issues that you were concerned about? Individuals coming up there, creating an issue we was having with different sides of, from what we created. So you were worried about Crips. Not worrying, so I'm sorry.

You were there providing security to ensure that Crips did not initiate any violence at Club 660. Not just Cripe. That nothing would happen. Okay. Period. Okay. And then when you were there, was Reggie Wright Jr. with you that night at September 7, 1996, at Club 666? Yes.

What was Reggie doing there? Reggie job was to watch me and make sure I don't get in trouble. Everybody knew how I was. So, Reggie, everybody else went to the fights. Reggie was there to watch me with the people that was there. And I'm guessing that you were not the only person there making sure there wasn't any problems at Club 616. I'm positive. It was 30, 40 problems there. And again, that was to make sure there wasn't any violence that occurred to Club 660.

When at some point that night, do you learn that Tupac or Shurray? have been shot. That night, yes. Tell me how you learned about that. Well, people was coming back and was explaining that Tupac and Shill just got shot. Everybody was in a, a lot of people started even trying to get over there on Colbaugh. We couldn't leave because we didn't pay to do this here. It wasn't too long after people started coming back, like Harron came back and went to the hospital.

So the majority of the people was coming, was leaving the den coming back. Because that night, they said Tupac was going to be all right. And even Schild came back with a little bandage on his head. And we thought everything was good. People came partying. So, and when Shug came back, you said he had a bandage on his head. But he didn't. I mean, the dude said he got shot, but he was grayed, a little scar, a little scar, but nothing penetrated.

Some people would describe being shot in the head. even slightly. I mean, you're wrong. All right. So when you find out, well, let me ask you this. Was Reggie with you when you found out that Tupac and Shug were shot? Yes. And did it appear to you in any way that Reggie Wright Jr. was coordinating the murder of Tupac Choror?

Impossible. And I say this because you're aware. of that there have been some conspiracy theories that Reggie Wright Jr. is responsible for the murder of Tupac. And it's so not true. His father was deprecated, and his father had something to do with it. Reggie Wright used to be a police

officer. And here again, I've been knowing Reggie Wright over 50 years. His dad, as a police officer, patrolling my neighborhood. He didn't took me to jail it many times when I messed up. If Reggie killed Tupac, then DeVore was over with.

Tupac was the money source. Tupac was that guy that guy hit death broke. So, Reggie would have had a problem if he would have did with that. I truly believe the should have would open his mouth

if Reggie betrayed him like that. So people say what they want to say. After that night, do you stick around in Las Vegas or do you go back to Coptin? Well, I stayed in Vegas and we left that morning because we knew

we was going to have neighborhood issues and everybody left and went back to the country. Why were you thinking you might have neighborhood issues? You asked me some. The issues that we was having

was heated and Compton was on fire at the time and things were happening and I'm trying fast forward a little bit through this that you could get the good parts. That would have been your response that happened.

I'm being honest with you and everybody else. I said that. That was a rumor that Tupac had knocked you out at what time. How to kill it. That would have been your response to that happened. Yeah, I'm being honest with it. They said there was a rumor that Tupac had knocked you out. He said, I would have killed him.

You and everybody else. I said it on my podcast show. Him, Shug and my brother, I'd shout out three of them if he touched me. That's how I was living. Why is that? That's what I was back then. And so is it fair to say that, Your reputation and your standing in the neighborhood would require you to do something if you're going to get pumped by somebody like Tupac.

I asked that being in the life that you were, if somebody like Tupac is punking you, like by punching you in the face, something like that, you would have to retaliate or you would lose your place in the neighborhood. There's some rules that you roll with, and some rules you just got to handle. Certain things need to be dealt with it, just to live in that life. And when I was living that life, it wasn't an advance of butts. It wasn't no, or you get a pass. I'll have to shout to be honest.

So then you had mentioned, I'm not going to ask you to go into any specifics, but you had mentioned that after what happened here in Las Vegas, there were issues between the neighborhoods. How long did that last? Was it like, all right, one day, we're good, everything's done, or did it last more longer than that? No, it was taking an air for quite a long time

until I guess both sides, and he might agree, just said, let this go. Because it really was an R-B. This was between Shill Ignite and GPD. And people put themselves in situations, like myself. So when you are asked to review, what is it that you get to review in order to form your opinions? Sorry. They don't have the original medical examiner. They're going with someone who's not an original medical examiner, but they come from that office, and they're basically trying to say, hey, even though she's not the original person who analyzed Tupac's corpse at the time, they still do have enough information. to proceed in this trial to be an expert? Most often it would be the investigation report from our office.

It would be the autopsy report from the forensic pathologist that did the case. It could be photographs associated with the case, could be medical records associated with the case, could be any consultations or the like associated with the case. In this particular case, did you have, do you know who the examiner was? Yes. Who was it? It was Dr. Jordan. And Dr. Jordan is no longer with us, correct?

Correct. Dr. Jordan had passed away. Okay, so basically the medical examiners has you passed away. In addition to what the medical examiner's office had, did you also get a copy of the photographs taken by crime scene analysts during the course of the office? Yes.

And did you utilize those as a copy? well to render your opinions yes I'm gonna start with what's been previously admitted as states exhibit number 44 now as long as you don't click that mouse there should be a nice little arrow that comes up and you can point to it what are we looking at in state's exhibit 44 in the background is a green body bag and the way that we sealed the body bag to preserve the body as evidence is we put this little blue tag through the islets of the zippers as they come together to demonstrate that the body was received placed into that sealed body bag and then received in the office with that seal intact at that time similarly we also attached onto that area what will become the toe tag the identifying marker for that particular body that particular individual I zoom in on that. We're able to see that the name was Lassane Crooks,

I think there was a lot of things. There was a lot of things they had to do, which people would, you know, it's kind of like, unfortunately, I hate to say, but Nipsey Hustle. The way how Nipsey Hustle was shot and murdered, if Nipsey Hustle was kept alive, he would not be the Nipsey Hustle, you know. Okay? They were talking about severe organs

were compromised and exactly, you know, so. You're talking about Tupac autopsy, which means now he's dead, but some of the damage of course there's going to be damage from the bullets but there's damage from the hospital who's saying hey we might have to take out this long just to keep you alive because there's damage to it received in and in the body bag and from reviewing the medical records

that were part of the coroner's office file did it appear that Mr. Shakur had survived his wound for some period of time. Yes. And a lot of what we see on these photographs are evidence of medical intervention. That's correct. So they're describing exactly what we said that.

So we can see on his bright stomach there that says thug, and then if we go to 48.

Thug life. On the other side, it says life. Correct? Correct. So now I want to get to his injuries. And I'm going to start with, well, I'll start with 49. So we're hearing about the injuries now, Chad. What are we looking at here?

This is the right side of the body up by the chest area. You can see the- Keep in mind, Tupac is in a car on the left. They pull up at the light on the right. They dump bullets. But remember, in America, when you're driving a car, you're on the left side. Okay?

So, we have Shug Knight on the left side and Tupac in the passenger side, which is the right side of that car. A car pulls up on the right side of the car. If they're trying to fire bullets, even if it's going to hit Shug, I know Shug is fat, or at least at the time he's fat or big. pockets in a direct trajectory of most of those bullets. So that's why

they're discussing it like that. Right axilla or armpit in that region. And then you could see some of the sutures of what they call a thoracotomy incision where they've cut into the side of the chest. And then just below that this is an entrance gunshot wound.

And then just below that thoracotomy chest there appears to be a stitched up area I can move my mouse too right there. What is that? That's a sutured chest tube site. So he had a tube there to help drain some of what was going on in his body? Correct.

And in the previous one that had all the medical intervention, you could see from the left side there was a similar chest tube on that left side. From your review, were you able to determine? Now, I don't think this is ever known or never really pronouncing in the medical situation for Pock. So allegedly Pock was either on life support for a week or two weeks after. and then went across the right chest space, went across the right lung, and then ended up coming to rest in what we call the sternal notch. The sternal notch is a location just between where your collarbones kind of meet up towards the center of your chest. So just beneath that, the projectile was recovered. the nature of that type of wound what did it physically do to him his ability to breathe and those types of things so the injury to the lung would have collapsed the lung and also caused the lung to bleed and so it was documented within the medical records that he had about two liters of blood in his chest cavity when they put in the chest tube to try to save him. And similarly, they ended up removing that lung to try to save him and kind of clamp off the bleeding. And then it already had already had multiple episodes. So they had removed his lung,

trying to save him. Not becoming responsive. So he wasn't able to breathe. He was bleeding out in that area from that injury. addition to that I guess I should ask this when I was back on some of the prior pictures we're going to see a lot of pictures or we have seen some pictures of Mr. Shakur was alive we're going to see some video have been alive he certainly looks a lot skinnier in those pictures than he does in these pictures is there a reason why he so polluted in these photographs after they've been on the life support system you end up not being able to circulate the fluid in the body that they're trying to give you.

And so it kind of seeps into the tissues and it makes your tissues look kind of bloated and kind of... Now, there are many photos of Tupac on a autopsy table.

I don't recommend you go look it up. I've seen it. It's not pretty. But what she's describing is why Tupac's body look like what it is. I, you know, very different subject, but I think eventually people are going to get to that point with Charlie Kirk. Charlie Kirk is like white people, Tupac.

the ruler is is around the right lateral aspect of his thigh so the right thigh on the lateral side and what is that and that's an entrance gunshot wound and can you tell me the path that that bullet took yes And go ahead. That bullet entered in the lateral aspect of the right thigh and then went upwards into the abdomen and damaged his intestines. They ended up operating there and removed a portion of his intestines and then during that surgery. So they've removed the long intestines and they had him a lot of support. They recovered another projectile. States exhibit number 52.

and you can see it in 51, but now the ruler is on, oops, try that again. Now the ruler is on that lower mark. Describe that for us? This is like the lateral aspect of his body or his right flank. And this wound does not penetrate into the body, but it kind of causes this deeper abrasion in this area. So this could be from like a spent projectile

that might have hit something else and then hit his body so it lost its momentum. to be able to penetrate into his body further. So it kind of hit this area and created this wound on the side of his body. Were there evidence within the medical records that Mr. Shakur had received bullet wounds sometime prior to the injuries that caused his death?

He had some scars and other areas of his body that were suggestive of them. State's exhibit number 53. What are we looking at? This is the back of his right hand, and on the ring finger, he has an entrance gunshot wound. This path goes through the hand and goes through that finger, and then fractures that bone right by the ring finger area. And then 54-054. What are we looking at?

This is the exit aspect of that wound that we saw the entrance, too, on the back. of the hand and it kind of exits out the underside and partly in the webbing between those fingers now you mentioned that during the surgery UMC would have recovered one bullet and then autopsy another bullet was recovered that's correct so as it relates to the autopsy showing you state's exhibit number 55 what are we looking at here this is the projectile that was recovered during the autopsy this was the one underneath the sternal notch to which I referred earlier and just so the jury understands these when they get the

back room that's the same bullet it's just taken from the opposite side yes we take multiple angles of those projectiles photos of multiple angles you know just for the record with exhibit numbers this one mr. Duccotton fifty six okay um Dr. In addition to not only the photographs, were there other records identifying Mr. Shakur within the coroner's office records? We have both some medical records and some photographs as well as the autopsy report, the investigation report, and the toxicology report as well. Did you also have an affidavit from Mr. Shakur's mother, indicating? that's your son and he's dead yes and where there are also post-mortem fingerprints

taking it to confirm that information yes after reviewing all of those records do you have an opinion as to the cause of death of mr. Shakur yes and what is that he died of gunshot wounds of chest and abdomen and do you have an opinion as to the manner of death yes and what is that homicide when a medical examiner uses the form homicide what does that mean the simplest form is death at the hands of another thank you i passed the witness yeah um just just being honest with you it you know you do so much the testimony you're about to give in this action shall be the truth it's the whole truth if you're anything like me you know i've previously stated and i still um agree with uh

one of the most, one of the greatest hip-hop artists of all time. I struggle with figuring out who's a greater hip-hop artist between him and Kanye. To me, Tupac is hip-hop.
