Starting point is 00:00:00 Okay, let's see. We should be straight. Chat, the internet nigger is literally outside the crib. I was about a lead to go to the studio, but they formed out there like Voltron, like three different trucks. Everyone's like, you know, look like maybe my words got to somebody. They're like, oh, we got sent by the higher-ups. I'm like, which higher-ups? We didn't talk about Jay Z.
Starting point is 00:00:25 But they're outside. So I told them. This is an important live stream to me. Don't have this internet connection acting up. I'm going to have to walk outside and crash out. Okay? All right. Welcome, y'all.
Starting point is 00:00:48 We are back with day three of deliberations. I believe it's day 15 overall. Chad, I'm being told by people and sources close to the family. You know, I guess this is a talk among the attorneys in the case that they do believe that the jurors might be nearing a verdict, and they believe a full day of deliberations, which would be today the third full day. They believe a decision on the future and the fate of Dirk Banks,
Starting point is 00:01:23 Dianne Wilson, Dede, and Brian Lindsay, A.K. Browneyes, will be reached. So we're here locked in all day. All right? apparently the jury has just arrived to court. Yesterday they sent a few notes in. They sent in a note trying to clarify about intent, and we could draw a lot from that particular note. By the way, if you don't know how it works with the jury,
Starting point is 00:01:57 they have haggled, they have argued over jury instructions for over a month. It was finalized on Friday. The jury did not come in on Friday. But the judge took an entire day to get the verbiage right to make sure the concerns for the prosecution and the defense were factored in
Starting point is 00:02:21 and it was supposedly all put into what's called the jury instructions that the jury could use to not only, police their decisions in deliberations, but also instruct them on how to adequately apply the law. We do have that jury instructions here. And by the way, the questions they've asked so far has been about jury instructions. And then they did ask a question about getting evidence in digital copies.
Starting point is 00:02:59 when they sent the note in yesterday, y'all, the judge denied. The judge denied, given more commentary, more definitions, or any more instructions other than what was already agreed upon and sent back there with the jurors. Basically, the judge told him, you got all the keys to the test. You got the answers to the test. Figure it out. figure it out.
Starting point is 00:03:32 Okay. These men are facing five charges each. Okay. They're all co-defendants, but also this could be seen as three separate trials. They must figure out innocence or guilt for each defendant on each count. All right? Okay.
Starting point is 00:03:56 I'm going to momentarily here bring up the, the finalized jury instructions. But just as you know, it's currently going down right now in court. It's going down, y'all. It's day three. And it began at 8.30 a.m. Right now, it's 8.45 a.m.
Starting point is 00:04:26 Okay? 8.45 a.m. So there's a little dirk in a. Vaughan fan who's showing his King Vaughan t-shirt off after the deliberations ended yesterday. Who got a better drip, y'all? Me or him? Me or him? What is they?
Starting point is 00:04:45 It says, save what? Save the streets? Yeah, I guess Durk has saved the streets, right? Drew Phelan told the crowd, the voice is innocent. The voice. Ooh, the voice. Remember this the voice of the Scrates Hmm
Starting point is 00:05:15 Jew fiddlin Okay Oh you did speak for a little bit Let's hear the full thing Yeah, man A billion dollar lawyer How are we feeling today? We're gonna hire that man
Starting point is 00:05:34 We feel like How are you feeling We're so proud We're so proud of representing this And so we feel great. We're excited for a great result. An amazing result. I'm afraid of the voice for the voice. Well, I gotta give these precious moments, man.
Starting point is 00:05:51 What do you want the public to know about the case? What's the biggest misconception? No, I'm not gonna talk about any specifics. What's your favorite? Your favorite? Can you say how jerk is feeling with the long deliberation? Thank you, everybody. Thank you.
Starting point is 00:06:06 The one thing I do appreciate, I do appreciate the intention that you all are bringing on. this you all are putting sunshine on this system all right and we believe in dirt banks man we believe in his innocence so we appreciate you bringing light to that okay the voice yes sir thank you sir you sir hey hey that's o tf finland right there o tf finland okay still have no verdict on little dirk's murder for hire trial we have a lot of excitement going on outside the courtroom as i'm leaving um i'll in We answered a few clips right here. Not quite sure what's going on, something about Owemo.
Starting point is 00:06:49 But let's talk about how today went. We officially do not have a verdict on day two of deliberations. The jury is still deliberating. We heard from Drew Feingling right outside of the courthouse following the second day. And he said he believes in Dirk's innocence. He said that he thanked the supporters, thanked the crowd, and said they're putting sunshine on this system.
Starting point is 00:07:13 on this system. And in addition to that, he said that, you know, his team feels really proud of the work that they've done on this team. Downtown Los Angeles is the noisiest place. But yeah, all I know as far as from what I've told you this morning is that the jury decided to leave early today. They left at approximately 4 p.m., whereas typically they stay until 4.30. I have no idea what this means. It could mean that they're so split, they can't get to a, like, they can't get to a deciding point right now or it could mean that they have made some decisions and they want to sleep what's the vibes man uh i'm here um by the way chat out hey shout out to my motherfucking twitch i need you to turn my oh shit do you on twitch now i'm on twitch man i've told you to get me
Starting point is 00:08:03 the kick plan i'm going to get you on kick brother right now okay hey hey hey what is duty low um uh um uh twitch channel that we could go check it out duty low duty low let's let's let's let's go Big duty low. Big duty low. Okay. Okay, so look, so look. So you see the challenge. I'm going to play this shit for you.
Starting point is 00:08:23 You on my shit? Hold on. Big duty low. Hey, by the way, as a jury went into a trap, I feel like they have, right? I'm at court right now. There's nothing happening so far. We all wait and everybody just waiting. I'm waiting and watching for an update.
Starting point is 00:08:38 Okay. All right, we're watching. All right, dude, low. Where are you at, man? I don't know if you want to drop the low. I don't know if, you know, you don't want to. I ain't dropping a low. I'm gonna get a $100 ball here.
Starting point is 00:08:47 Shout out to my. This my shorty right here. He come every day to line me up, bro. Line you up. Nicky, you bald. But I gotta keep the shit. Look. Wait, how much do you pay your barber
Starting point is 00:08:57 for a bald lineup? He probably makes $10K a month. Damn. Damn, well? Dudey, when I pull up to Chicago, maybe I need $100 bold head. Hey, hey, do you know. Why the internet be playing with you
Starting point is 00:09:13 like, like, like, like, like, they don't know. that you are hustler, you got some bread. They think that you rely on smirk. They think that like, why do you play? Dirk will tell you, listen, I'm going to send you an exclusive, okay? Here we go. And you can play it, okay?
Starting point is 00:09:29 Yeah. And it's from years ago. I'm sending to you personally. But so, so Travelo Ross, tell him you and Remo put together. Okay, listen. And I'm going to tell him what I'm going to do. Hey, so I've been hearing it from a lot of people, man. What am I doing to give back?
Starting point is 00:09:44 and obviously, look, I've done giveaways and stuff in the past. I've donated to Chicago Cred, which is an organization that Big Duck works with. But I was thinking me and Remo had a few conversations like, I'm not ducking nothing. I said, how can we give back? And he had the suggestion. He said, look, why don't we actually link up and basically, you know, push some peace with the people that are out here every day representing for Dirk's freedom? And I said, you know what? We've been hearing about all type of challenges in this trial.
Starting point is 00:10:10 I said, well, how about we start a new one? We do the Dutie Low Challenge. I'm a challenge duty low to basically do the right thing. I'm going to put up 10,000 of my own money. If anyone else wants to join the challenge, they're more than welcome to. But I said, let's do something positive so that from Dirk and Dutie's side, we can see positive stuff being done for everybody in Chicago. Families, families that have been affected by what's going on.
Starting point is 00:10:29 You know, just we are doing positive stuff. Hey, so Dutie Lowe talking about, we're going to have a list of all different people, families that have been affected on both sides, and we're going to do donations and giveaways. Doody, you had a list of names, right? I don't remember the list of names. Dunk a thousand. I'm going to get Jojo Mama a thousand. I'm going to get Tuka mama a thousand. I'm going to get Ruga. I'm a fuck with Ruga. I'm going to get Ruga. I'm going to get Ruga. Everybody who lost somebody, I'm going to let Act come up with the list. Five on their side. Five on our side. Zoo. You know, everybody. And then that's how we're going to get a 10,000 away, man. That's actually dope. All right. The duty load challenge. I like it. Now back. You said what?
Starting point is 00:11:16 You match in the team. Look, you're a cheek motherfucker you. Where, no, no. What happened? You're going to match the 10? Uh, if I'm matching the 10, hold on. I'm going to have to give the 10 on my own time. I don't want to see Doody Low.
Starting point is 00:11:29 No, you can do that. But I want to see Doody Low at Icebox with my 10. I like, yo. The end. See? Well, you want to see this bank account that motherfucker like a girl. Ha ha ha ha. Hey, no, but that's how we, that's how we're going to do it, man.
Starting point is 00:11:45 we're going to give out all the fallen people that you know shout out mama duck shout out Tuka mama shout out everybody who lost somebody and that's how we're going to pass the money out thank you trap Lord Ross I really appreciate it I appreciate you duty know I appreciate you guys looking out for me keeping things positive I know there's a lot of crazy people outside but you guys on your side you you real you level-headed
Starting point is 00:12:09 I genuinely appreciated that and you know people trying to say stupid shit like there's some extortion shit but ain't nobody put me up to this Are you sure you're not getting extorted, my brother? You know, AC is here. Blink twice and I'm calling the same fans that got big you. Hey, listen, one thing about this, I believe in God, bro. Okay.
Starting point is 00:12:27 What's for me, what's for me, what's not is not. Hey, dude, this came out of the blue, right? You wasn't expecting this. We hit you up to be random things. I was expecting you to troll the whole trial. You called me randomly, and I was, you didn't even know. And then we didn't even finish the conversation. And then that challenge popped up.
Starting point is 00:12:42 This was just that some shit we came up that day last minute. I said, you know what, let's do something positive. Me and Remo chopped it up. We came up with this idea. And I just think it's something really positive, man. I want to just see everybody benefiting. And then, you know, we can build from that, man. We're talking about me coming out to Chicago, maybe doing some charity in person.
Starting point is 00:12:58 I'm going to make sure you're in a bulletproof, brother. Hey, let's make it happen, man. Hopefully, you know, hopefully we're going to do a bulletproof helmet too, bro. We y' y'all. Yeah, I'm good off for that one. I like, yeah. You're trap. Don't worry.
Starting point is 00:13:11 You can have me on FaceTime when you are there. You got me? Have you on FaceTime. then they're really going to say on the police hey hey you're here's the police but it's all right you're a civilian I feel you man
Starting point is 00:13:26 hey they said that it's seeming like today might be the verdict day uh how about you I'm feeling I'm not gonna lie last night with the little sleep I got I felt like today's the day
Starting point is 00:13:40 we're hearing something I don't think we're gonna yeah we're hoping today's the day man you know whatever the outcome is I'm hoping that you know that everybody just does the right thing. It's positive.
Starting point is 00:13:53 You know what I'm saying? After all is said and done, regardless, we doing positive stuff together and it's all about the future of Chicago and the next generation and, you know, whatever happens. People say I'm hoping for this or that result. I really am not hoping for anything. I just want to see this result and then see how we can rebuild and move forward
Starting point is 00:14:08 positively. Whatever way. Let's do it. All right, so y'all heard it here first on my on my stream and X stream, man. Shout out Trap, Lua Ross. Man, that's some real niggas shit. That's a real Whig or shit, bro. That's right.
Starting point is 00:14:23 Send that Zell, man. Send that Zell. We're going to make it happen, man. I'll... I'm going to put you in a group chat with my manager so I can go straight to him. Yeah, let's go. All right. Hey, thank you, Ag.
Starting point is 00:14:33 Let's go. We're waiting on the verdict. I'm going to check in on your... Yo, you're on Kik. Yeah, I'm on Kik. Yeah, I'm on. I'm on. Hey, kick post to have me over there.
Starting point is 00:14:43 I'm waiting on them. You feel me? I'm going to be over there soon, but I'm going to just start streaming. Hey, hey, don't worry. You, yo, you're grand. You, hook my man duty up with a deal, man. Let's do it. Let's go today the verdict, man.
Starting point is 00:14:58 Insha, my brother, walk out today. Hey, I'm going to put you on the group chat with my manager, bro. Let's go. I appreciate that. And thank you, Ag, for having us on your platform, man. We're doing positive shit. No, of course. Of course.
Starting point is 00:15:08 Love. All right. Hey, don't get on the five. When we hang up, don't get to talking shit, Act. I'm watching you. I watch you. You know, you know you, my brother. You know, but you know you write a couple jokes yourself.
Starting point is 00:15:18 I love the jokes. I love the jokes. But we love you. Free smirk, bro. Free smart. Free smart, y'all. All right. Okay.
Starting point is 00:15:27 Start off positive. You know, I was trying to, I was looking at Chapo. I'm like, niggie, this is where you kind of blink. Did they hit you with the big you extortion? But I don't think that's what it is. I don't think that's what it is. All right. Chat, we are here.
Starting point is 00:15:47 Day three. It's been 16 hours of deliberation. Doesn't, we have zero idea. How the jury has been leaning. Have they decided on certain counts? Are they going in one direction or the other? And that's usually the tricky parts of these things. You know, we did get a semblance of what was being thought of.
Starting point is 00:16:10 When we got a note in the Dibby trial, they basically said, hey, we've agreed on a few things. There's one thing we haven't agreed on yet. The judge had read that. we knew the ending was near. Right now we don't know where they are with it. They got the evidence. They've asked for clarification. The judge said,
Starting point is 00:16:31 figuring it out. Okay? Which that might even encourage more arguments, right? Because usually if they're coming outside of that room for some clarifications, maybe there's heated or very diverse interpretations
Starting point is 00:16:45 of whatever instruction or rule or definition. And they need the judge to, Tell them which is the one that should be looked at or weighed. So if they still got to argue maybe, you know, without instructions, it's just going to be even more. But we will see. We will see. Okay.
Starting point is 00:17:13 All right. Mr. Blackshire here. I wanted to go to, I'm not a lawyer. but is that like her thing? This is her right here. Okay. This was her like rappel of yesterday. I'm not a lawyer, but day two of deliberations have just completed and there is no verdict yet.
Starting point is 00:17:42 So day two today is Thursday. There is no verdict in Dirk's federal murder for higher trial. And so deliberations will continue tomorrow at 8.30. So I'll be back. Obviously, if you've been keeping up, you know, we got the two jury questions. So that is all that happened today. Otherwise, it was a quiet day. We'll be back tomorrow. Also, I'm not driving because I know people be asking. I'm not driving. I'm being responsible. I'm being driven. I'm not a lawyer, but. Okay. We're kind of sitting here waiting. As we sit here waiting, I know we've been kind of pretty much tunnel visioned. And again, this is the waiting game to some extent. You know, obviously we could get into the jury instructions. We could get into like,
Starting point is 00:18:25 you know, kind of reviewing people's testimony. We could do all these things. And obviously, as a time, kind of drag zone, we'll probably end up doing some of those things. I did want to address it or do another story real quick. I talked about it a little bit on my gambling stream earlier today, but I wanted to, you know, officially talk about it now on the mainstream. Chat.
Starting point is 00:18:42 It came down yesterday. The feds did a sweep. Okay? The feds have now arrested Ben 10. So NBA Ben 10 has gotten arrested along with OG3. They got arrested in, you know, I'm still looking for, let me see, Jesus Christ. They got arrested yesterday by the FBI in connection with the shooting that happened in Houston. Now, everyone remembers the viral video.
Starting point is 00:19:25 It's the viral video of All-Star J-R. Ben 10 fighting and apparently these guys were trying to take All-Star's chain if you don't know all-star J-R is a rapper out of Detroit there were several other individuals involved I think that's Ben 10 out there Wow Eventually what happened Someone had a firearm on them The firearm dropped
Starting point is 00:20:02 And after the firearm fell From someone's either pocket or holster Or you know side or wherever it was that All Star J.R grabbed the gun And start firing on the people Who was trying to rob him Apparently he hit one guy in the hand His name is I believe Ron
Starting point is 00:20:21 And then he shot But Ben 10, and supposedly Ben 10 was damn near instantly paralyzed. He then stood over Ben 10 trying to execute him, and the gun didn't fire all the way or either ran out of bullets, supposedly. Because of that, I think he thought he was safe. He was actually on his way to do a Vlad TV interview. and the feds actually locked up the victim. NBA Benton has been in the hospital for a while because the paralysis seems to be from the waist down.
Starting point is 00:21:08 He eventually got released from the hospital and he has been in a wheelchair. The doctors put in sight, according to police, in their indictment of All-Star J.R. They do believe that this paralysis might not be reversible. Okay? Benton denies that.
Starting point is 00:21:33 He believes at some point he'll start walking again. Regardless, a lot of people, including myself, was shocked that the victim went to jail first. All-Star was getting robbed. And even though he shot people, if we look at the train of events, if somebody tries to rob you and you kill them, even though they died, they're not the victim. So I was pretty shocked that All-Star JR was arrested, but he was. This is, I believe, a little bit longer video. Here we go.
Starting point is 00:22:17 Now, this is Jay Prince Jr. here. And we have had an statement from him who denied, number one, knowing that All-Star was here, he denied being a part of the scuffle and he actually cited that earlier that day he came from rehab because he had a foot injury and you could see something that looks like a brace here so he denies he was ever involved in the kerfuffle OG3 who's seen in the video
Starting point is 00:22:48 and he's being pulled away by his mama W mama because you don't want your son fighting when you try to have a family dinner okay. OG3 is pulled away from the melee by his mom. This is the mom of OG3. This is OG3. Get your ass on over here, boy.
Starting point is 00:23:09 Get your ass on over here. Mind the business that pays you. This ain't it. This ain't it. Regardless of his mom trying to save him, he was arrested. According to TMZ, NBA Ben 10 and OG3 were arrested Thursday morning in connection with a Texas shooting.
Starting point is 00:23:29 The FBI spokesperson Connor Hagan told TMZ that six people was actually arrested by the FBI in their partner agencies in the morning of Louisiana and Texas, including the rappers. Law enforcement sources told TMZ that the arrests are related to the shooting at confessions back in April. Ben 10 had been injured in the shooting with court documents saying the incident left him with irreversible paralysis. authorities had previously charged All-Star JR, who was accused of shooting NBA Ben 10 in the altercation. All-Star JR was identified on surveillance footage, seemingly fighting with multiple people who appeared to be trying to rob him. Now, let me stop there and say this,
Starting point is 00:24:18 All-Star who did make a song. He made a song about this where he bragged about, you know, he bragged about how we had the mob on tide okay I love this quagin I'll I po this shit wherever Bram Pokes was beautiful Junior running around her tripping nigga
Starting point is 00:24:41 he used a hole He even started up what he called the Ben 10 challenge He did a demonstration My nigga Ben 10 since he wanted to play When I was giving me some food We made a dance for him Now the best way this dance can work
Starting point is 00:25:02 If a niggas shoot your dumb ass like four or five times before you fall. But if you don't got nobody to do that for you, just lay down smooth like this, right? That's an insane statement. The best way to do this challenge is if somebody shoots your dumb ass four or five times and then you fall. That's insane. I don't think that's the challenge we want to do, y'all. That's not the preferred challenge, okay? He says, well, if you don't have anybody who could do that for you.
Starting point is 00:25:32 you. Okay, wow. But if you don't got nobody to do that for you, just lay down smooth like this, right? Lay your ass down and point them toes up, right? You spread a little bit and they're going to spank you. And you just jump a little bit. Do the B and T, do the B&T, do the BN T, do the BN T, do the BN T. And there you all go. B and 10 challenge man
Starting point is 00:26:05 Hey the best B&10 challenge man $20,000 B&10 challenge Best B&10 challenge man that go viral Okay He made his song as well Shoot out right there in confessions Yo boo a host
Starting point is 00:26:20 That he spoke on it Shoot out and confess The person that got That got shot Apparently he lost two fingers or so After the shooting By the way they made shirts This it says
Starting point is 00:26:33 Take Who Chain you silly by the way apparently even though he made these shirts and he did get the gun apparently he was his jewelry was still confiscated violently so they did take his jewelry but you know I guess he was trying to take their life so just to let you know as we've been talking about we're covering a dirt case and shit
Starting point is 00:26:59 and people you know I see I see some of the rappers meek Mill Bousie please stop blaming y'all demise on y'all on podcast. Y'all are doing crimes, making hit songs about it, and showcasing the very things you shouldn't be near. With all due respect to All-Star, J.R., I know he claims self-defense, but maybe doing a video with a bunch of guns,
Starting point is 00:27:25 also detailing maybe what pretty much, you know, in that case, if the prosecutor says that's a confession, that is. That's different from the dirkshit. That's a confession, or this is a confession. or this is a confession and ironically this shit was done
Starting point is 00:27:37 at a restaurant's called confessions you rappers are kind of put yourself in a in a pickle not us okay
Starting point is 00:27:46 never if you're trying to get some weight I'm pulling up this shit together these niggas crazy I blow this bitch wherever I love this quagin I'll pull this shit where now
Starting point is 00:27:55 apparently the FBI locked up All-Star J.R and they wanted him to become state's witness or not states, a government witness because this is federal.
Starting point is 00:28:09 They wanted him to snitch that they could lock up these guys that was there that was trying to rob him. Apparently he wouldn't do that. So they're saying, fine. If you're not going to snitch, well, we technically could get you on a gun charge. So he's been locked up for a while. But now they've decided to lock up.
Starting point is 00:28:30 I don't think Jay Prince Jr. has been taking the custody, but I think Ron OG3 and Ben 10 and I've seen some of the jokes chill out with joking on my man's Ben 10 like that somebody said you know they hooked up Ben 10's wheelchair
Starting point is 00:28:44 to a towing truck and dragged his ass to the county jail stop it I don't like that type of shit please stop it okay anyway talking about Jay Prince Jr. here I would be surprised if Jay Prince Jr. does not get somehow arrested or interrogated because of this
Starting point is 00:29:02 Like you trapin' nigga, you can't even move. You are good. Your magician like a thousand bottom blicks and get... Okay. Danger. Never. Ben 10 previously spoke. He spoke out.
Starting point is 00:29:48 This is him from... Oh. Still er in the morning. He never got to get anything. He's eating good around his bitch. Stupid duck air. Oh. You know, he was trying to do as good as he could possibly do.
Starting point is 00:30:04 Uh... The last couple months, he even started calling out his own guys. He said, hey, listen, I think some people, you know, they've been abandoning me since I've been in a wheelchair. He said this. A lot of y'all started acting like this when I got put in my situation. Let's keep that a buck. Okay, another buck is. I woke up to somebody to them to me something, but I really can see it.
Starting point is 00:30:25 Let's keep an honest. Nobody from Bior shot me. Never. My partner shot me on accident on some, he was on some skis. Like, that's how to be your stuff. A lot of y'all. Now, did you remember that we had heard
Starting point is 00:30:40 there was a shooting in Baton Rouge and he had gotten shot? This is after he got paralyzed. It looked like he just admitted that. That, oh, his partner shot him by accident. Okay? We didn't hear too much about that. Okay? Now, they're claiming he's disin' in 4K, Trey.
Starting point is 00:30:56 I don't think this is at 4K Trey, but I think he is mentioned in certain people who, you know, I guess they've been coming a little bit distance since he can't walk. This one niggas, this is what niggas that I know. Man, a lot of y'all, niggas kind of bitch. Well, y'all been bitch, but that's not what I never need to y'all wrong for you to tell y'all that. But when you...
Starting point is 00:31:19 Ain't no way y'all just told me that it was like, oh, let me see these niggas out of, bro. They left. Oh, hell not, they better not leave, nigg. I'm about a... I'm about a crash. Hold on. This should be fine. Where we go?
Starting point is 00:32:41 A lot, child. I feel like I got to crash out, man. It's like, most of y'all's scary as niggins. I was making y'all be wrong. So I'm making y'all be wrong, and I'm popping y'all off, and I'm paying for everything. You and your mama and you're a bitch or whatever. Y'all need, even you're the daughter or son, you bitch-ass, nigga.
Starting point is 00:33:08 And to my other partners, boy, I'd stop mews from getting on your ass so many times. Or my other partner so many times, like, come on, ma'am. Y'all niggas are really self-made. They bitches without me. Dang. This is for niggas, this is for niggas that I know. Man, a lot of y'all niggas kind of bitch. Okay.
Starting point is 00:33:32 I'm trying to speed run this portion of it, but essentially there's been a bunch of stuff happening. They have arrested Ben 10, OG3. We will see what comes out of this. Keep in mind, there's probably going to be an attempted robbery charge here. But the government don't seem. Like, the feds don't come in just for an attempted robbery charge. I want to say this, and I said this earlier, there's a dark cloud over Houston right now.
Starting point is 00:34:02 By the way, I think there's a dark cloud over hip-hop. There's a lot of you niggas, a lot of you Negroes, y'all are doing a lot of crime. Y'all are surrounding yourself with crime. You've been able to get away with the crime. I'm telling you now, I've said it yesterday. People said I was snitching. How could I be snitching when if academics knows what you're doing, you're an idiot. You're probably not that good at crime if I know what is being talked about about what you're doing.
Starting point is 00:34:29 Okay? As I said, there's a few rappers. You're going to see them in the next, I want to say 24 months, they're going to get busted for murder for hire. They're putting too much money on people's heads. That's one thing. Second of all, a lot of the crime, we're seeing way more crimes normally that are getting picked up by the feds in hip-hop than, normal. Honestly, this should be a state case. This should be a state case, chat. Why does the feds care about a singular shooting? This happens all the time. This is why I say there's a dark cloud
Starting point is 00:35:13 over Houston. The feds coming in and how they play this situation basically tells you they have wanted some of these people for a while. It's the same way how they're going to came at Dirk. You can tell they wanted Dirk. First of all, they charged the victim because the victim won't cooperate. Then they let the perpetrators hang out there and dance around, do whatever they want to do for months. They charge six people because they love to have a lot of co-defendants and they love to say shit is a conspiracy. That's how the feds move. The federal authorities might have some people of interest here. And that's why I think they allowed these guys to stay free,
Starting point is 00:36:09 hoping they would keep doing crime and keep fucking up, that they could build a list of crimes that maybe they could turn into a recourse something else. We'll figure out more, and this is how you get your superseding indictment, one, two, and three, because that's why they leave you out there. I did think it was a little odd,
Starting point is 00:36:29 that if the story was right, they let these guys just stay out there while they locked up the victim, but no longer they've arrested these guys. I don't know if the aim is to try to get at Mr. J. Prince Jr., not sure. I don't know if he's in custody, but it boils down to this situation.
Starting point is 00:36:58 If you guys don't know what preempted, this kerfuffle. Okay. This was preempted by J. Prince Jr. who dates a young woman. He dates a young woman. The young woman who he dates
Starting point is 00:37:29 happens to be the baby mama of All-Star J-R. Okay? So he's dating All-Star's baby mama. while dating All-Star J.R.
Starting point is 00:37:48 While dating his baby mama, basically he has routinely sneak-dist All-Star J-R. Okay?
Starting point is 00:38:03 There's a video of him and his girl. I don't know if I can find it. Jay Prince Jr. All-Star. where he's flexing on her baby daddy, which is All-Star, and yes, if you're thinking what I'm thinking, chat, of course these Negroes are beefing over a woman.
Starting point is 00:38:31 Yes, niggas have gone to jail behind vagina. Okay? Now, All-Star J-R who spoke to us through a conduit, which was, that's where we got introduced to dogface. All-Star J.R said, I know my baby mama for the streets. She fucked Future. She fucked a few NBA players. I don't care who she fucks.
Starting point is 00:39:01 Actually, I don't even got a problem with Future. She used to fuck him as long as she takes care of her parental responsibilities. But according to him, he felt like Jay Prince Jr. was a little bit of a, tenderoni. Okay. Chicken tender. And J. Prince Jr. routinely was using
Starting point is 00:39:25 videos and whatever to try to shit on All Star J.R. This is one of the videos, so to speak. He was kind of shitting on Allstar J.R. Kind of saying, yeah, nigger, I got your baby moms. Here's one of the videos here, I believe.
Starting point is 00:39:46 Then in his woopty, and as you can see, that was on J. He has the baby mama licking on his biceps, all that stuff, you know, you know, and yeah. So when All-Star J.R. shows up to Houston, which we all know is being said that the Prince family runs Houston. When All-Star shows up and think he's having a meal with another young lady, allegedly Jay Prince Jr. crashes a party. Now, he spoke to me directly about it. He says, I didn't go there for no problem. I showed up to OG3's birthday celebration.
Starting point is 00:40:32 I did not plan to go run into this guy. Do you get what I'm saying? I'm going to try to play the clip for you all. And then we're going to speed run into the Smirkio case, okay? We're going to speed run into that if we can. Where is that? All right here, I think. Nigger she made.
Starting point is 00:40:55 And you can hear the sneakness here. He's basically all, Jay Prince Jr. is telling or talking shit saying, I upgraded her. Listen to this. He's old. We're telling him, but he's more than motherfucking able, man. He's an evil, man. Now, during that same time about two years ago, Jay Prince Jr. had threw shots at a Detroit rapper name, All-Star, after he was on video having his girlfriend, lick off something off his arms. And then go on to thank him for having differences with this baby mother.
Starting point is 00:41:26 Check it out. He said, I want him to know that you're on a big and better things. He said, I want, I want him to know that you on the bigger and better things. Chat, this is a very sad situation in case. This is sad, chat. Chat, this situation and case, okay? literally maps to it being about a woman. Ben 10 may never walk again because of this woman.
Starting point is 00:42:08 OG3 is now facing a federal, definitely a felonious charge because of this woman. Jay Prince Jr., probably now, if he's not arrested already, brought more federal attention to his situation because of this woman. essentially the lives of many men including All-Star, even though you might say he didn't do nothing. Still, he's fighting or he was feuding with the nigger because of this woman. This one woman right here is responsible for jail time, paralysis, and a lot of pain.
Starting point is 00:42:52 And you know the funny part about it? Let Jay Prince Jr. get locked up. She might go on the fuck the senior. she might go on to fuck the brother you know how you get down chat all while they're trying to shoot each other kill each other and another thing too even though
Starting point is 00:43:13 you know I got so much love listen I'm part of the extended 4K trade family everybody know that but god damn it this situation had nothing to do with OG3 and Ben 10 nothing
Starting point is 00:43:28 they don't know this chick they don't know that nigger nothing but wrong place wrong time being around the wrong people doing the wrong thing could get you
Starting point is 00:43:40 the wrong fucking result the wrong fucking result all over this chick right here whose bicep she gonna be kissing on next see the y'all oh shit
Starting point is 00:43:57 that's mob shit nigger she made it oh Hey, you are. Trust the process. I'm glad you left her alone. I'm glad you're having differences. You see, one thing I'll correct J. Prince Jr. about when he said, I'm glad you left her alone.
Starting point is 00:44:22 There's going to be a nigger at some point who's going to be saying the same thing to you. This right here I call bad luck pussy. If everybody she, if the niggis connected to her, die, go to jail, whatever, because the city. situation she got going on, bad luck pussy, trust me. She just got your ass in a goddamn investigation. That can't be no good luck shit. That ain't no good luck shit. That statement might come back to haunt him.
Starting point is 00:44:54 He might be repeating. Damn, I should have left her along. I'm the difference, not. Trust the process. I keep that situation. Okay. All right, so those arrests happen. We will find out soon.
Starting point is 00:45:13 usually the feds leave robbery, murder, attempted murder, if it's just plain and flat. They leave that to the state government to charge. The state government is well adequate and have the resources to prosecute their own constituents on murder, just flat out robbery or just, you know, attempted murder. the federal government usually comes in with this conspiracy when they think there's a plan when they think there's a gang when they could make one situation
Starting point is 00:45:54 a larger thing now you might say what's up with all sartre they do also could come in at any time for weapons violation because that's a federal law so the you know your felony in possession they'll come in for that but usually if they're coming for that they're trying to squeeze you
Starting point is 00:46:12 you know what I mean there's a million things they could you know try to prosecute anyway We'll see what happens from here, but I'm starting to get the feeling that the feds have realized this is the talk about Houston. They say the Houston police scared of certain niggas in the community. So there will be no justice.
Starting point is 00:46:35 There will be no accountable. Nobody will be held accountable. Because the Houston police look at certain people, certain entities like it's the cartel. And they're scared to move. They're scared to do that. They want to be cool. They want Christmas gifts at the end of the year.
Starting point is 00:46:54 So the fans usually come in and say, back your bitch ass up. If you're scared of these niggas, let us put the belt to ass. So I'm hearing it's belt to ass season for Houston. Pray for Houston. I'm telling you, there's a dark cloud over it. Let's get back to that dirt case real quick. Let's get back to that dirt case real quick, chat. Smirky, yo, smirky, yo.
Starting point is 00:47:24 Okay. Get an update for my guy Bradford Cohen. All right, quick little update on the Dirk case. A couple of questions came in. The most recent question was for the judge to give a description or define intent. Generally, in the instructions, there are some definitions of things. This is, to me, a pretty good question for a jury to come back. with is what is intent now I don't know if they're specifically talking about one of the counts which it seems like they are or would they be talking about
Starting point is 00:48:04 all the accounts where intent is a element what's interesting here is when you're looking at intent if you are to take all of the witnesses at what they say is true it would be interesting that they're focusing on the word intent and what intent is. That's why I think it's a good question for the defense. We will see more questions to come. We're on essentially the first full day of jury deliberations. I think you get a verdict before the weekend, but you never know. Generally, juries don't like to go over a weekend if they can help it. And I think in this case, you get a verdict before the weekend. A quick little update The dirt case
Starting point is 00:48:57 A couple of questions And the most recent Question Very true, very Oh my sweet Jesus, bro. This fucking lag is a daughter, bro. Now that's just for me. I said, where you from?
Starting point is 00:50:52 Yo, what's up? Like, da-da, oh. And she said something. It's fine now. I'm trying to see if I should thug it out. Studios like, damn there are hour away, chat. Damn there Ow, way, bro
Starting point is 00:51:53 how long we've been live for An hour of 14 minutes has happened twice This shit is so ass, bro Oh yeah, I'm sending you these niggas numbers Call them immediately, bro Tell them, tell these bitch-ass niggas Niggas, y'all seen the bitch-ass niggas Nicky like literally walk on my stream
Starting point is 00:52:19 Like, he had the fucking best on you You've seen the niggas, right? That's what I'm telling you, the worst internet company I've ever seen They gave me some type of number numbers caught both to them bro. Some is still happening, bro. It's going to happen again. I can see.
Starting point is 00:54:35 But this shit is kind of head. Anyway, just that you guys can see it. I think I could kind of play, I could play a video while I, and then pick up
Starting point is 00:54:51 from there, I think. This is insane, bro. This is insane. All right. Chat, yeah, I'm going. I'm for sure going. Man, this is. the worst shit ever bro chat uh this one we do i figure out what i should do i know i'm good
Starting point is 00:56:47 i know i'm good but what's gonna happen now is going to happen more frequently and um we just can't do that bro i i just can't bro it deflates my spirit bro i can't even lie to you bro it deflates my spirit all right um should i cut stream or i could play something for an hour while I go to the studio what should I do? Just end it? All right, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:57:39 I got y'all. All right, we'll be on the hour, bro. Okay, I love y'all. Chix that when I stop to eat. It has to be done as a group, though. Some can't stop while others deliberate. So they're either all going to take lunch or, you know, and just eat.
Starting point is 00:58:05 The verdict to this point. We figure out here board certified criminal defense attorney in Florida with the hang up is what I decided as we figure out here board certified what I decide as we figure out here board certified criminal defense Yeah, it's looking a little slow right now chat. It's looking a little slow Wait, what happened? Do we get cut on? Um What happened on kick? Did the stream get disconnected? Kick went down. Yeah, that's probably kick if it was not that. There's a lot that there's a Blackshire tweet. I feel like we are at this point,
Starting point is 00:59:28 we're just kind of sitting here in limbo. Yeah, this is a closed meeting off the record. Now, I don't think any of that has to do with anything of the, anything with the jury. If it was anything with a jury, it would come from the judge. The mere fact that they're meeting, I think that they might be trying to still resolve or at least come to some conclusions on
Starting point is 00:59:54 some of the things in terms of motions that they're going to file. Like, for example, there's going to be a motion for mistrial when it comes to D.D. If there's a guilty verdict, there is a, so that's the Brady violation. Then the Rule 29, all those things are going to come into play shortly. So maybe they're trying to, like, meet and confer to see if they could figure out, you know, a solution to bring to the judge rather than ask the judge to decide. call your Muslim brother oh man we're just sitting in your waiting chat
Starting point is 01:00:51 Otee Flocka brown eyes and co-conspirator 2 same credit card that's associated with OTF is used to buy these play tickets as well and then which I guess this computer's ass why to keep freezing oh shit
Starting point is 01:01:25 which body cam is this right here you one second I got a better thing to play NBA young boy's body cam from what Yeah, my computer's ass, bro. Anyway. Y'all I'm gonna call, yeah, y'all me call,
Starting point is 01:01:53 um, the Muslim brother? I think he had some words for y'all, man. Okay, why is this shit not loading? Warning. This video contains themes of violence, death. No, fuck. We just seen it.
Starting point is 01:02:17 No, we just, we just missed it. I seen one that's at an hour ago. Like, dead ass just a... Am I tripping? Oh, this is it. Oh. Oh. They got some in hell
Starting point is 01:02:52 over there with. Oh, this is, oh, this is it. Gun. Just. Oh, this is, this is, we watched this body cam before. Yeah. We watched his body cam before.
Starting point is 01:03:07 This from his federal case in Louisiana when they called the cops saying the niggas are shooting music videos and they had mad guns out and the cops pulled up. Remember they had the young boy in the back of the car for dumb long? Up and down, down,
Starting point is 01:03:18 Lee. Hey, bro. They cut up again like his whole fucking area. Tight with him. He's getting his eye, dude. Some of the younger ones all ran that way, but a bunch of them ran this way, so it was just a chip.
Starting point is 01:03:47 So remember the body cam, remember the body cam video we watched last time? The cops had mentioned they came there two days in a row. The second day they affected the arrest because they had a warrant, too. right um the first day apparently this is a two-day video shoot or whatever niggies just ran in in all directions check the girl who's house is this who's house is this you daddy is he on can i speak to him please my mom he's sitting on a couching got nins going
Starting point is 01:04:32 on him on a talk he good my man i wasn't talking to you anyway oh shit shit you and he's Oh shit. It's a YB. Stick on Tommy. He and my daddy didn't want to talk to you. God damn. Hey, my man, I wouldn't talk to you anyway. My man, I wasn't going to go up in the house. I'm not going to do.
Starting point is 01:05:05 Fuck out you you walking up. On today, sir. I'm Sergeant Barcelona. I don't want the bathroom seat, please. Is this your house? Yeah. Okay, you mind if I talk to you for a second? Now that's right.
Starting point is 01:05:17 With that job, I'm like students. We had a complaint about a bunch of people being out here, possibly shooting music video. With guns, everything like that, okay? I'm coming to explain to you. We're talking before there's cars everywhere, stuff like that. That's all. It ain't nothing to happen to me. Okay, well, that's why I was, I just wanted to explain to you why we're here and why we were talking to a few people. But I wanted to contact the homeowner.
Starting point is 01:05:42 That's why. That's why I was talking to you, you know. All in my old calls, man. Okay. Well, that's what I'm saying. Oh, that's really YB's grandpa. Oh, shit. We got a call.
Starting point is 01:05:54 We're just coming to investigate it. And like I said, I wanted to talk to the homeowner. All right. Well, thank you. Do me a favor. Just like I said, if you don't mind, try to have them keep everything under control. We just don't want anybody getting hurt.
Starting point is 01:06:06 There's a bunch of young ones out here. And we don't want nobody getting hurt, okay? All right. Have a good day. Y'all do me a favor? Whoever's cars are facing the wrong way. If y'all can just park them the correct way, or get them right
Starting point is 01:06:25 straight, okay? Thank y'all. What's that talking about to say, Nash? Y'all say, live? What's going on? Y'all said it's stream crash? Call them? Bro, what are you talking about?
Starting point is 01:07:16 Or did my stream crash? Is there an update? There's nothing new on his Instagram. Chat, we're just kind of waiting right now. Like, I know you guys are a little bit impatient. I am too. Trust me. It's been three days of just kind of sitting around.
Starting point is 01:07:55 Let me just check everybody who we normally get updates from. Let's check Blackshire. Again, the last update is that there was a closed meeting with the prosecutors in defense. No note about a judge being there. Yeah, it looked like the jury may have just eight not too long ago. They had got lunch. And, yeah, still, you know, we would kind of get like the, they start to sound the alarms and, yo, tell the family to come over here, you know?
Starting point is 01:08:41 We don't have that yet. All right. We're just watching his body cam video video. If we're talking about criminal cases that Drew Finland has resolved, he did resolve this case for a young boy with a plea. He resolved this and a Utah case, which was an interesting plea, was called a global plea because he resolved a state case
Starting point is 01:09:00 and a federal case together. Youngboy was called with prescription drugs while on house arrest for this case. This was the original case that had him on house arrest for a long. long time. The one where, you know, you're shooting a music video, supposedly guns were involved, cops come. They come the first day. They didn't catch nobody with a gun. The second day, because they got the calls before the first day, they came equipped, and then they made a bunch of arrests. It's emergency. Yes, ma'am. It's on with this hill little rap or whatever. They got so many over there with oozes and guns just walking up and down the street. On just, just
Starting point is 01:09:50 Oh, that's when they threw the guns in the bushes. Oh, they really threw the guns in the bush. I told me in there with oozes and guns just walking up and down the street on tip of war, right off of 38th Street. Can you give me a description of anybody that has a gun? They got dreads of twisting their heads. They blackmail. They got dreads, twist, and they're blackmail. in the head the black males oh man oh man oh man chat police emergency
Starting point is 01:10:59 yes ma'am it's on with this hill little rap or whatever they got so many old motor with oozes and guns just walking up and down the street on tip of right off of 38th Street. Can you give me a description of anybody that has a gun? They got dreaded, a twist in their heads, they black males. So how many did you see? About seven of them. So every last one I had a gun in their hands? All the ones I see. All right, I get somebody to go tack it. Okay, thank you, all right, okay. How y'all doing? Everybody step out here by the road. One long dreads running to the back fence
Starting point is 01:11:47 Green pants jumping the fence Southbound White shirt green pants and a long dreads Three people Walk this way Everybody right here Get out of that car Everybody right here
Starting point is 01:12:09 Everybody right here where I am Okay Joe they just ignored the shit out of the cop I don't know if you see these people in the back look He's gonna be like everybody pull up right here Niggas just keep walking off, man. Get out of that car. Yeah, bro.
Starting point is 01:12:44 Yeah, not going to work. These people are not responding. You're going to have to get them to go back over here. I don't know. You tell me what the problem is. What the problem is? You tell me what the problem is. Stop walking off.
Starting point is 01:13:03 Go right back over here. I didn't ask all that. I said go back over there. Y'all too. Come over here. Come over here. Let's go. Get over here. I didn't, I don't care what you said. Get over here now.
Starting point is 01:13:31 You walking the wrong way, home boy. Back that way. Yep. Everybody walked back that way. Was I not speaking English? I said walk back that way. Slide this way. I am. Have a seat. Have a seat. Have a seat. Have a seat.
Starting point is 01:13:55 You'll be on. You'll be all right. You're not doing too much, my niece. Keep walking this way. Right in now. Hey, bro, walk that way. This man got going on, bro. What I'm doing?
Starting point is 01:14:13 I told you three times you walk back over there and you keep on walking off. That man ain't doing that. Here's my papa out. You're tripping, man. Sit. sit. For my parents, I take the cups out of me, man. Let me sit down.
Starting point is 01:14:34 Sit down. Sit down. I didn't take the cups up and sit down. Put him in a car. That's fine. You can't sit down? You can't sit down? I can sit down.
Starting point is 01:14:46 I'm asking you to take the cups out just like them and I'm going to sit down for you. You didn't want to do what I said earlier. Now all of a sudden you got nothing going on. Sit down. I ain't got nothing going on. Big dog, you tripping. I'm tired of asking. David, is this yours?
Starting point is 01:15:00 No, that's Josh. I don't know where Josh went. But you want to search me? I ain't got anything on me, man. No, I don't want to search you. If I wanted to, I will. You don't know if I'm scared of Whitt, bro. You don't know what I'm walking for, man.
Starting point is 01:15:11 You don't know if I'm scared of Whitton, man. You're trying up there. Come on. Come on. I'm here. David, is this you? What I'm eight, man? Am I being entertained?
Starting point is 01:15:40 Yes, you'll be entertained right now. And I'm going to explain it to you interesting. You understand? If you keep pulling, you're going to get arrested for resisting. Hey, you're on for that. You get up in our business again, you're going to go to jail. You are. I'm going to advise you of your rights.
Starting point is 01:16:01 It does not mean that you're in trouble. It does not mean that you're under arrest, okay? We're out here for a reason. Whether you're that reason or not, we don't know yet. I'm not trying to manhandle you. I'm not trying to treat you. We did watch a lot of this before. Oh, this is not the one where he's just constantly in the back of the car.
Starting point is 01:16:19 I guess it's about the whole investigation. Too bad. But you don't look. Mr. Contrault. Galdon. Huh? Gaelan. What's your day to birth, Mr. Dalton?
Starting point is 01:16:38 1020. 99. 1020 of 99? Yeah. All right. We're ahead and slide in real quick. Why do you look like that? Slide your feet in real quick.
Starting point is 01:16:55 I'm gonna go around and get in front of a car. I need to get in the front. I'm red, yo. Behind this truck, nobody's bushes. I don't call one. Niggas collected a bunch of a bunch of guns and green flags. Holy shit. You can back of a car.
Starting point is 01:18:10 Then you can back up because you're repeating my investigation right now. So please walk over there and record. Did I say stop recording? No, I didn't. That's yours? Yes. You want to give us to the surface? Yeah, you know, but we're doing it once.
Starting point is 01:18:34 Come see. You got more? Here, I'll get it. You got a look at red. Just give me a pair just in case. Yeah. By the way, they're most likely going to have the releases at ease for Dirk's case, too. After a while, after a federal case, you know, the verdict gets read.
Starting point is 01:19:11 It's over with, you know, people could gain access to some of the discovery material like these things. Or at least the things that were using trial as evidence. No update yet, chat. Joshua, what do you name? By the way, crazy enough, I don't know if y'all noticed. That's, look, I think the FBI was already, like, on the scene. That's crazy, huh? Am I tripping or I've seen somebody with the FBI vass?
Starting point is 01:20:41 I would have think this would be, like, local police dealing with that. And then maybe the FBI coming afterwards. He's a cool guy. My guy had about a half a weed on me. Probably taking everybody. Oh yeah, FBI is there. Oh shit. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:21:08 They want to why be bad. Huh? I'm not trying to watch this over again, chat. So, uh, okay, so this is money and evidence. It took 47,000 in cash. They did do a seizure of the cash. All right. This is the end of it.
Starting point is 01:22:23 And some mug shots from then. The evidence seized on the 28th became the basis of a federal gun case. He was later taken into federal custody and spent nearly two and a half years on a strict home confinement while the case remained pending. The fallout also reached BRPD.
Starting point is 01:22:58 Wait, what? A bunch of people got arrested. And then I think he had... They said some of the cops are excessive. Fallout also reached Baton Rouge Police Department 4th Street crime unit officers were later indicted over an alleged excessive force strip search and cover-up involving another man arrested during the same sting operation. Nearly five years after the 2020 arrest, the federal case came to an end.
Starting point is 01:23:48 Young boy got a 23-month federal prison sentence stemming from the Louisiana gun case. and on May 28th, 2025, you got parted by the president of the United States. Yeah, Jew Finland got him this. Drew Filin got him that. All right. No updates, on chat? There's a closed door, me in. It's kind of starting to feel like it's taking a long time now, bro.
Starting point is 01:24:25 Got to be honest. It's starting to feel like this is a long, it's taking a long time. There is no new updates. I went to everybody's page and there's no new updates. Everybody's just kind of hanging around hoping that something happens. If you ask me,
Starting point is 01:25:05 if you're into odds, I'm thinking it's probably like 20% chance we get the verdict before the end of the day. Don't look like it's coming today. Doesn't look like it at all. Hmm. All right.
Starting point is 01:25:47 I wonder where's the body cam stuff from, um, There was body cam stuff from the O Block 6 getting Those guys getting arrested Okay, anyway All right, yeah Brough, again, it looked like we're gonna be back here
Starting point is 01:26:16 On Monday, man Why the feds rated O Block? What's this? They were heading northwest towards the Chicago neighborhood called Parkway Gardens or more famously known as Oblock. O'Block is
Starting point is 01:26:31 one of America's most dangerous neighborhoods where violent crimes are extremely. common. Police are often called to this neighborhood during these violent outbursts, but this time, it wasn't a response call. This was a raid. For the first time ever, the FBI was involved in a case tied directly to O Block, and it wasn't going to end well for some of its residents. Another day of SWAT team raids. The scene unfolded in the Parkway Gardens neighborhood near 63rd and South King Drive. These police units began the raid by blocking all five exits to the Parkway Gardens neighborhood. These law enforcement agencies had with them search warrants, arrest
Starting point is 01:27:09 warrants, and were going after the suspects in the killing of FBG Duck. FBG Duck was a famous rapper and was part of Oblock's rival gang. This rival gang was known as the gangster disciples, while most of the men living inside O'block are part of the black disciples. Out of the black disciples, the FBI was going after four main suspects. The FBI's suspects were Charles Liggins, who goes by C. Murda, to Carlos Offord, who goes by Lose, Christopher Thomas, who goes by C-Thing, and Marcus Smart who goes by Mooop. All four suspects were sleeping at the time of this raid, and these law enforcement officers knew exactly which building they were in. It wasn't too difficult for the FBI to track down these four individuals that were behind the killing of FBG Duck. That's because
Starting point is 01:27:58 these four individuals weren't very discreet about their involvement in this killing. got any like thoughts like on fbg duck you know any thoughts on them like did you know him who duck did you know before like everything like that no don't say that too about Troy or rest of peace with this evidence these law enforcement agencies made their way on foot through the parkway gardens housing complex and into the residences that these men were living at they executed their search warrants and had all four men in handcuffs within just 10 minutes of first entering no block The FBI left with their suspects and then held a press conference explaining what had just gone down. That indictment alleges that these five individuals were members or associates of the O Block Street Gang.
Starting point is 01:28:51 The indictment also alleges that the O Block Street Gang sought to promote and enhance the Enterprise and the Enterprise's members and associates' activities in various ways to include publicly claiming responsibility for acts of violence committed by the Enterprise, taunting rival gang members, and also alleges that the Oblock Enterprise sought to increase its status through the use of social media platforms and music. But the FBI wasn't involved in this case just to go after these four men. This FBI investigation was far from over, as they believed there was a much bigger problem at stake following this killing. But how exactly was it so easy to find all this personal information on the four main suspects? Today, it seems like anyone can find out where anybody lives, what your email address,
Starting point is 01:29:39 get the kickback, and look at huge loans under people's... On August 4th, 2020, at approximately 4.20 p.m., FBG Duck exited a dark-colored sedan, driven by his girlfriend. FBG Duck was in Chicago's Gold Coast, looking for a birthday present for his son. Chicago's Gold Coast is known as one of the city's safest and wealthiest areas, known for luxury boutiques and high-end condos. As Duck was walking into a store, two vehicles, a Silver Fort Fusion, and a black Chrysler 300 screeched to an abrupt stop next to Duck. Four individuals quickly got out of the cars and immediately opened fire, unleashing a hail of bullets
Starting point is 01:30:22 at Duck. Duck attempted to hide behind a car, but the bullets were coming too quickly. The entire assault lasted a mere 15 seconds, but was described by witnesses as 15 seconds of May The gunmen quickly hopped back in their cars and sped off. Duck was struck multiple times, where doctors later counted 16 bullet wounds across this body. Even Duck's girlfriend sitting in the car was struck, along with a bystander completely unrelated to the incident. This shooting happened on a busy weekday afternoon, where surveillance footage showed many cars and pedestrians nearby. Surveillance footage was also able to track these vehicles on many different roads throughout Chicago, and even traced their cars all the way back to Oblock.
Starting point is 01:31:07 At 4.56 p.m., just a half hour after the shooting, surveillance footage shows the same Chrysler pulling back into Oblock and Charles Liggins was seen exiting the passenger seat. This incident made national headlines, and local residents were extremely concerned that the gang violence was now spilling onto their own streets. This signaled that the violence of Oblock could even be felt in one of Chicago's safest neighborhoods.
Starting point is 01:31:32 Because of this, the FBI knew they needed to get involved in not just taking out the suspects in this killing, but actually putting an end to the violence between these two rival gangs. The FBI had a much bigger task at hand, and it was just getting started. What's happening on social media and what's happening and music videos that are on YouTube, particularly in the drill rap genre, it shows you what's happening in this city. It shows you exactly what's happening in the city. which is that people are threatening to commit acts of violence, and then either bragging about acts of violence
Starting point is 01:32:08 or talking about how they're going to retaliate for other acts of violence. And it's happening on a regular basis. As mentioned before, the two main gangs operating in and around O'Block are the Black Disciples and the Gangster Disciples. These two rival gangs used to be united under the same gang, known as the Black Gangster Disciple Nation. This was one of the largest organized crime groups in Chicago that was formed in the early 1960.
Starting point is 01:32:32 By the late 1970s and early 1980s, tensions between the leaders in this gang started growing. Eventually, these tensions became so strong that the gangs split up into two separate gangs, which resulted in the Black Disciples and the Gangster Disciples. This split wasn't just for organizational purposes. This split led to serious ongoing violence between the two groups, especially on Chicago's Southside. Today, the Black Disciples control all of Oblock, and the Gangsons, Disciples control much of its surrounding neighborhoods. Local residents say that the Black Disciples of Oblock risk getting shot if they cross past Vernon Avenue to the east or venture north of
Starting point is 01:33:13 63rd Street. These are the sharp cutoffs between the Black Disciples and the Gangster Disciples Territories. While the Black Disciples have Parkway Gardens, I kind of like this video because it kind of gives a real virtual map. Otherwise you kind of hear streets and you hear whatever you don't realize like the proximity to it. Gangster disciples called the neighborhood of Woodlawns home. Between Parkway Gardens and the Woodlawns neighborhood, 95% of the residents are black, and many live in poverty. Many violent interactions often take place right on King Drive, which is right next to where the borders of the two gangs meet.
Starting point is 01:33:56 There was a McDonald's on King Drive that the gangster disciples were known to stay away from, given this was Black Disciples' territory. This McDonald's ended up being a violent meeting ground between the two groups, and Anytime a gangster disciple stepped foot here and eventually had a closed down because of this extremely hostile environment. Most of the shootings on King Drive take place between 64th and 65th streets, where many of the businesses located on this block, have had a tough time doing business with the constant crime. You hear like shooting every single day, I can't stop outside anymore.
Starting point is 01:34:30 I can't. I'm scared of my life. On this parkway supermarket, there was once a mural of the famous rapper King Vaughn. King Vaughn grew up in Oblock and was one of the rappers who made Oblock nationally known. King Vaughn made an album called Welcome to Obloch that was released in 2020. This album is a vivid narrative of what his experiences growing up in Oblock were like. King Von was very involved in gang violence and ended up losing his own life outside an Atlanta nightclub in 2020.
Starting point is 01:35:00 Even before King Vaughn, there was another influential rapper that contributed to Obloch's fame. The first major artists to come from Oblock was Chief Keefe, who was generally known for the birth of drill music. Chief Keefe had his breakout hit in 2012 known as I Don't Like, and frequently references O'Block and his music. Chief Keefe has stayed away from O'Block ever since he became famous, though, for fear that his life would be in danger by rival gangs if he were to return. And then there's Lil Dirk, who is technically from nearby Englewood, Illinois, but is heavily associated with Oblock. In 2021, Lil Durk publicly said that he wanted
Starting point is 01:35:37 to buy Parkway Gardens when a rumor came out that the neighborhood was up for sale. Lil Durk tweeted out, I'll buy it, don't matter how much it is. But arguably the most famous person by far to once live in Oblock is Michelle Obama. Michelle Obama was born in Parkway Gardens and lived here for the first two years of her life. The neighborhood was originally a cooperative housing project designed to provide affordable housing to black working... Man, what? Man, what? Class families.
Starting point is 01:36:13 It was originally a safe and supportive neighborhood. But even back in 1964, when Michelle Obama was born here, her parents could see that the block was changing. Because of this, Michelle Obama's family moved to a safer neighborhood outside of Chicago. In 2006, the nearby affordable housing complex, known as the Robert Taylor Homes, was demolished. This led to the displacement of many of its residents, including members of the Black Disciples gang. Many of these Black Disciples moved their operations to Parkway Gardens. Already in Parkway Gardens at the time was the Gangster Disciples Territory. These two groups,
Starting point is 01:36:51 now living basically on top of each other, set the stage for violent territorial disputes between the two gangs. The next major increase in violence came in 2011 when a Black Disciples member named O.D. Perry was killed. O.D. wasn't just a random member of the black disciples. He was highly respected and considered a key figure in the neighborhood street structure. Odie's death was a major blow to many young men in the community. Because of this tragic loss, the block was then referred to as O'Block and his honor. O'Die's death also coincided with the rise of drill music. The music artists from O'Block that we mentioned before, Chief Keefe, King Vaughn and Lil Durk started referencing O.D. and Oblock in their lyrics.
Starting point is 01:37:36 This brought national attention to the block and even to the gang conflicts that were fueling their music. As O'Block was becoming famous on the internet, the two gangs seemed to ramp up their violence even further. Between the years of 2011 and 2014, O'Block had more shootings than any other block in Chicago. Since 2014, crime has still been rampant, where every year O'Block averages 145. violent crimes, 280 property crimes, 114 acts of vandalism, and 31 motor vehicle thefts. Other areas around Chicago also have high crime rates like Englewood, Washington Park, and Woodlawn, but O Block stands out because of how many crimes take place in such a concentrated area. Because of how extreme this block had become, the Chicago police knew that they needed to make
Starting point is 01:38:25 some massive changes. The department's first step was assigning a special unit, just to patrol O Block. The Chicago Police Department designated a five-square block as an impact zone, which encompasses Parkway Gardens. This impact zone is where 10 veteran officers bring along brand-new officers to conduct routine foot and vehicle patrol checks. The Chicago Police Department also formed a summer patrol unit that added extra officers to this area for the summer months, which is when the crime is usually the highest.
Starting point is 01:38:57 Along with more police patrolling the area, visitors are now met with heightened security. When visitors are driving into the Parkway Gardens neighborhood, they have to pass through a 24-hour guardhouse that is stationed at each of the entrances. Residents of Oblock are given a special sticker on their car that allows them entry automatically. Additionally, the complex is surrounded by an eight-foot-tall fence, and pedestrians are limited to just five entrances along King Drive. There have also been over 100 security cameras installed throughout Oblock. These cameras monitor building entrances, courtyards, parking lots, and pedestrian gates. This footage is actively being monitored by the special O'Block security personnel
Starting point is 01:39:40 and has helped investigators to find many criminals behind deadly crimes. A major root cause behind the violent crime of this block is the fact that many of the children here aren't often in school. In 2022, 45% of children live in the people. living in Oblock were classified as chronically absent, which is defined as missing 10% or more days of school. Students from Oblock attend the Hirsch Metropolitan High School, which has an average attendance rate of 61%,
Starting point is 01:40:09 much lower than the state of Illinois' average attendance rate at 89%. Roughly just 65% of residents living in Parkway Gardens have attained a high school diploma. There's many students living here that want to go to school more often, but say they are afraid of walking to school. This walk can be dangerous because many of the kids have to cross into rival
Starting point is 01:40:30 gangs' territories in order to get to school. Children get involved in gangs as early as 13 years old here. For much of middle and high school, these kids have to be careful of where they are walking anytime they leave their neighborhood. With children growing up in this environment where they're essentially destined for the streets, community members have been looking for ways to put an end to this violent culture on Oblock. Recently, a new thing, $350,000 artificial turf field has just been installed at Delos Elementary School, which is just north of Parkway Gardens. This field was installed to hopefully give teens and children a safer place to play. Also, a Chicago police officer, Jennifer Maddox, founded a program to help the children of Oblock known as Future Ties.
Starting point is 01:41:16 This program offers after-school activities, homework assistance, and summer camps for the children in Parkway Gardens. This program has a little freight container symbolizing the third. Corey Brooks ended up making national headlines with this fundraising effort. Breaking into houses and now. This is real. Don't fight. They just started shooting at the man on the court. A war that's been raging for decades across neighborhoods, parks, and even single blocks.
Starting point is 01:41:42 Decades ago, Chicago's gangs were split in the two massive alliances, the People Nation and the Folk Nation. But today, those two alliances have fractured into more than a hundred hundred. different sets, each fighting for their own corner of the city. Using exclusive data from the Chicago Office of Public Safety... I thought this thing was AI. We've mapped all these different territories down to the exact streets where these invisible borders are drawn. From the most notorious gangs to the deadliest blocks we've mapped it all.
Starting point is 01:42:15 This is Chicago's gang war mapped. One of the more famous rivalries in Chicago's gang world is between the black to site, and the gangster disciples. Arguably, their most contested blocks are in Chicago's south side, centered around the Parkway Gardens neighborhood, or more famously known as Oblock. I guess one thing you always hear about is the Oblock. Is it really that bad?
Starting point is 01:42:43 Yeah. Yeah. We got a large crowd, got 362 in the back of parkways. We need some crowd control over there. Oblock generally runs from 66th Street in the south to 63rd Street in the north, And then from South Columet Ave in the west to South King Drive in the east. But much of this violence spills into the surrounding neighborhoods. Oblock and Parkway Gardens once stood as a working class neighborhood for many black families who were migrating to the Midwest.
Starting point is 01:43:14 It was even home to Michelle Obama when she was a child. But by the 1990s, gang violence grew. The nearby Harold Ikes and Robert Taylor homes were demolished, scattering all their residents and their gang affiliations into the surrounding neighborhoods. Much of the gangster disciples ended up moving above 63rd Street and also into the Woodlawns neighborhood. At the time, the Black Disciples already had a strong presence in the Parkways Garden neighborhood, which meant the Black disciples and the gangster disciples were now living directly next to each other. It's said that the hard borders between the two groups run down 63rd Street and Vernon Avenue.
Starting point is 01:43:52 A walk across either of these streets means that you're walking into enemy territory. At first, it was mostly just small shooting. and fistfights largely over online insults. But then things exploded in 2011 when a black disciple named O.D. Perry was shot and killed on the 6,400 block of South King Drive. Odie's death became a turning point, and the black disciples named the block after him. O.D. Perry was very well known locally, and his death by gangster disciples meant a declaration of war.
Starting point is 01:44:25 We are getting reports of multiple people shot. Four people shot. Thousands of people shot. 52 people have been shot. 61 people shot. 90 people shot. 100 people were shot across the city. These were deliberate and planned shootings by one gang against another.
Starting point is 01:44:42 St. Lawrence Avenue from 61st to 63rd streets were the gangster disciples main staging area, while the Parkway Gardens neighborhood, from 66 to 64th streets were the Black disciples' main staging area. Many shootouts then took place on the intersection of 63rd Street and South King Drive. If the black disciples were feeling risky, then they'd venture down 63rd Street heading east. And if the gangster disciples were feeling risky, then they'd head down 63rd Street to the west. They're on 64th, 603rd, over there kind of to the left. They dirty and stuff, they're up there, just doing still-up and do all type of petty stuff. So we don't go up there with them, oh no, something ain't right up there.
Starting point is 01:45:23 So I had to make it know, like, because it's so close, we're not from 60-3rd. Between 2009 and 2015, the 63rd Street corridor had the highest concentration of homicides in all of Chicago, where most of these deaths came from gunfights involving teenagers. A 14-year-old boy was shot around midnight. 16-year-old was shot in the chest. Wounded six people, including three teenage girls. But Oblock isn't just a battleground. Oblock became an extremely well-known brand.
Starting point is 01:45:52 Through rap and social media, its reputation traveled far beyond the south side of Chicago. Songs by local rappers like Chief Keefe, Lil Durk, and King Vaughn turned Oblock into a well-known hot spot of crime all across the country. But today, the most violent parts of Chicago aren't the ones that are the most viral online. The deadliest gang wars have moved, and some of them are far more shocking than what happened here. Your personal information is everywhere, from your name to your... ...stronghold within this region. larger population than it does today. The free main gangs that make up these neighborhoods are the gangster disciples, black disciples, and black peastones.
Starting point is 01:46:43 Within these neighborhoods, the group's main borders are always changing, but generally, the gangster disciples dominate much of West Anglewood and to the west of Oakden Park. Their main stronghold within this region is from 55th Street to the north, running all the way down to 75th Street to the south. And then mainly to the south of Oakden Park are the Black Peacstones. The Black Peacstones may not occupy the front headlines the same way the gangster disciples and Black disciples do, but they are still very dominant in the region. Their control tends to be more localized in a block-by-block scenario rather than having a large expanse of territory. Although their territory may be smaller, they are known as one of the most ruthless gangs
Starting point is 01:47:25 in Chicago. On November 2, 2015, a 9-year-old named Tyshaun Lee was playing basketball with his friends at Dawes Park. Dawes Park is on the border of the Black Peacstones in Gangster Disciples territory, and Tishan's dad was in the gangster disciples. On that day, Tishan and his friends were playing basketball, a man named D. Wright Boondotti approached the boys. D. Wright picked up the basketball, driveled it a few times, and then gave it back to the boys.
Starting point is 01:47:53 After that, D. Wright persuaded Tishan to leave the basketball court and come with him to the store across the street. He promised Tishan that he would buy him something. Tyshawn then followed D. Wright into a nearby alley that was out of view of the park. There, D. Wright shot Tishan. In Chicago today, there was a tragic revelation in the murder of a nine-year-old boy. Probably the most abhorrent, cowardly, unfathomable crime that I've witnessed in 35 years. Tyshaun's father, P.A.P.
Starting point is 01:48:28 Still no update. Still no update, Chad. Trust me, I'm checking. Eyes to the gangster disciples. D. Wright and his other black people. Stone brothers were going after the gangster disciples and Pierre for revenge over another killing that took place just days earlier. D. Wright and the Black Peastones couldn't find Pierre, so they took out his 9-year-old son instead. The two men convicted of executing 9-year-old Tyhion Lee will be locked up behind bars for decades.
Starting point is 01:48:54 Dwight Boondy is a convicted trigger man. He was sentenced to 90 years. His accomplice, Corey Morgan, sentenced to 65. And then the third group competing for the Englewood and West Englewood neighborhoods are the Black Disciples. The Black Disciples control much of the region to the east of Oakden Park and are especially dominant around Englewood High School. On Normal Boulevard, the Black Disciples are known to be extremely present here. Anglewood High School is caught in the middle of the gang violence and the high school struggles because of it. Police on scene telling me this was a brawl that involved at least 100 students here in Englewood STEM High School.
Starting point is 01:49:31 At this school, every time you turn around, it's fights all the time. And Goad High School had a graduation rate of only 62%. They also have 87% of the students marked as chronically absent, meaning they miss 10 or more days of school a year. Getting to and from school for these students can also be tricky. If you live on a black disciple block and have to walk home from school through black disciple-controlled streets, it's safer to just be one of them than to be part of a rival gang
Starting point is 01:49:58 or even seen as neutral. Because many families in Englewood face deep poverty and minimal access to after-school programs, gangs often fill the role of structure and belonging that schools and community centers can't always provide. You can even see the effects of poverty in Englewood just off of the many lots that sit empty. All of these empty lots aren't random, they're the direct outcome of economic decay. As jobs vanished and home values tanked, many homeowners couldn't keep up with their mortgages. The city seized many of these properties through foreclosure and then demolished them rather than rebuilding them. This is left block after block of open grass where homes once stood.
Starting point is 01:50:41 Overgrown weeds, empty beer cans, and a lot of frustrated neighbors. The morning insiders uncover a pattern of vacant city-owned properties falling into disarray, leading to more than 100 complaints filed to the city just last year. People see this, they're scared to buy here, they're scared of rent here, clean it up and secure it. But arguably the Chicago area struggling most with gang violence in 2025 is the Garfield Park area, or more notoriously known as K-Town. K-Town is a group of different neighborhoods with heavy gang violence, roughly running from West Lake Street in the north to West 16th Street in the south,
Starting point is 01:51:16 and then from California Ave in the east to Susero Avenue in the west. While the Black Disciples, Gangster Disciples, and Black Pea disciples have a heavy prominence in Chicago's Southside, it's an entirely different set of gangs, that make up Chicago's West Side. The major gangs out of K-Town include the Black Souls, the Unknown Vice Lords, the Four-Corner Hustlers, the Traveling Vice-Lords,
Starting point is 01:51:40 the conservative vice-lords, the new breed, and smaller pockets of the gangster disciples and black disciples. In general, the two dominant gangs in K-Town today are the vice-lords who originated in K-Town, and then the Four-Corner hustlers who have a large area of control around Garfield Park. In 2022, the Four Corner Hustlers were caught in a massive drug trafficking operation that was run on the block of 3,900 West Jackson Boulevard, the 3,900 block of Van Buren Street, and the 4,000 block of Maple Avenue, directly in the gang's territory.
Starting point is 01:52:14 Ten members were arrested in this operation with nicknames like Peanut and Dean Ice, but the operation was run by a 38-year-old man named Nathaniel Evans. Four others allegedly worked as shift managers that oversaw drug sales at the three other locations. The shift managers were also in charge of receiving the supply of drugs from Mexico, protecting the cash, and then being on the lookout for the police. The drugs were packaged in small baggies and sold for extremely cheap, usually just $10 a bag. They were going for a cheap but high volume distribution strategy. Some of the drugs discovered by authorities were laced with fentanyl,
Starting point is 01:52:52 making them far more dangerous. Federal authorities also seized many firearms from the gang, including four rifles, four handguns, a Mac 10 submachine gun, and a shotgun. This shows how these free markets were heavily protected with firearms, and it wasn't just some casual dealers. The U.S. Attorney's Office today announced federal charges against 10 members or associates of the four-quarter hustler street gang.
Starting point is 01:53:16 We need members of the community to continue to work with law enforcement in order to help us, you know, uncover crimes and then hold people accountable. But even when the police crack down on these... Kind of got a slight update, right? Not really, but... I see Lawyerful Workers help breaking down what this might mean.
Starting point is 01:53:38 The closed-door meeting between the prosecutor and the defense. Here's his opinion. Halfway through day three of the jury deliberations, check the tweet, the judge has called in the lawyers for a closed meeting behind closed doors. The public does not know what they're talking about. What could they be talking about?
Starting point is 01:53:57 Well, a bunch of things. First off, before we get into the possibilities, let's understand. Multiple defendants, multiple charges. Obviously, the one thing you're thinking about is the jury telling the judge they're deadlocked. When the jury tells the judge they're deadlocked, the judge discusses it with the attorneys and say, what do you want me to do? Usually, after only two and a half days, three days, he's going to tell him, take more time, figure it out, give something called the Allen charge. Then there's another concept here. Multiple
Starting point is 01:54:23 defendants, multiple charges. They might be deadlocked on some, but not all. Again, you got to call the attorneys in, discuss. Then there's some motions. There were motions filed where the judge said, hey, I don't know if I'm going to grant your motion, but if I do grant your motion, I want to wait until, or you might want me to wait until the jury delivers their verdict because if it's not guilty, well, granting your motion would meet a mistrial and you don't want a mistrial. You want the not guilty. Also, it could have nothing to do with juror deadlock. He could simply be having a closed door meeting to discuss a note from the jury that he doesn't want to publicize. Maybe a juror has a health issue. Maybe a juror needs to leave early. Any one of a number of things could be going on here,
Starting point is 01:55:03 but the one thing you have to understand, this is great for Little Dirk, because this shows you that this jury did not just take the cooperators and say, oh, we believe them when they say the shooters were those two and everybody did it because the leader of this gang that's what they were calling it it's a record label they were calling it a gang the jury is not buying that argument hook line and sinker definitely not all 12 of them because that argument is not complicated that evidence is not complicated it is direct it is easy it is simple if you believed it you would not be here still arguing about guilty or not guilty stay tuned this is high drama folks Good points. Good points.
Starting point is 01:55:46 I guess, you know, we're waiting for a public update on what's the result of that meeting. And yeah, I took that tweet to mean that was more of an ex parte thing. I didn't think that the judge called the meeting. So perhaps that's exactly what happened. All right. Let me just do my rounds of checking everybody's tweets or whatever. There's a bunch of off the record things happening. Let me give you all up there's a rumor.
Starting point is 01:56:37 I can't confirm or deny because I didn't see it happen. Is it believable? Hell yeah. It's definitely believable because the feeling that's going on right now is that we, meaning the public, are under the impression that it's taking a long time. Why is that a good thing? Because the more this carries on, the more we are having debates. Now, that can absolutely turn around and.
Starting point is 01:57:05 burn and be the worst day because you can get a guilty on all five. But the fact that they haven't come to a decision yet, that right here is very telling. And I haven't I did ask you why, because there was one lawyer in particular, and we'll do something over there in a minute, who absolutely killed everything that he put out as far as his closing statement. And his closing statement essentially really pointed at the defense, you know you know I think y'all might have charged my client with the wrong shit because a lot of this stuff that y'all say apply it does not apply and we said that this
Starting point is 01:57:44 lawyer is the second most important lawyer in his closing no disrespect to the other lawyer not saying that he's insignificant but but more so to the point that if he proves what his main and the jurors believe that well then that falls for everybody and if that falls for everybody then lordy lordy lord we will have something that will happen that everybody did not think it happened. And that's somebody taking this shit to trial on camera doing some crazy shit and not getting flushed down the toilet. Because one of the charges talks about the machine gun and in the bedding and all of this other stuff. Well, according to a certain individual who told him he shot the machine gun.
Starting point is 01:58:27 The other person actually did not shoot the machine. So if you charge me was shooting in possession of a machine gun and then the stories in which, were being told by people who were telling some stories and they never say, I possessed a machine gun. You can't charge me actually for that machine gun. So application of law is everything. So I'm going to be honest and I told people this. I said, bro, if they would have said conspiracy to commit murder, I think that would have been the better thing. But the murder for higher conspiracy, that is beyond difficult to prove without any goddamn pain.
Starting point is 01:58:58 After being told, you know, you really can't consider the fights as payments because nobody said, Oh, I was promised to fight to California if I come and kill somebody. That never happened. Oh, I was promised the hotel night in a party bus if I came to California and kill somebody. That never happened. So as we sit here and we wait on jury deliberations, we're looking at application of law. And they are very serious. I am glad that they did this shit in California because, bro, had this been anywhere else?
Starting point is 01:59:27 I think they would just fade for it. But one person made this point, and that is they have a lot of evidence to get through. Part two in a moment. So let me get your update real quick. There's a rumor. Did the echo fuck up the whole thing? Fuck. My bad, my bad, my bad, my bad.
Starting point is 01:59:43 I can't confirm more than I because I didn't see it happen. But is it believable? Hell yeah. It's definitely believable because the feeling that's going on right now is that we, meaning the public, are under the impression that it's taking a long time. Why is that a good thing? because the more this carries on, the more we are having debates. Now, that could absolutely turn around and burn and be the worst day because you can get a guilty on all five.
Starting point is 02:00:10 But the fact that they haven't come to a decision yet, that right here is very telling. And I have an idea as to why, because there was one lawyer in particular, and we'll do something over there in a minute, who absolutely killed everything that he put out as far as. as his closing statement. And his closing statement essentially really pointed at the offense. It was like, you know, I think y'all might have charged my client with the wrong shit
Starting point is 02:00:40 because a lot of this stuff that Charles say apply. It does not apply. And we said that this lawyer is the second most important lawyer in his closer. No disrespect to the other lawyer, not saying that he's insignificant, but more so to the point that if he proves what his
Starting point is 02:00:56 main shit is and the jurors believe that, well, then that falls for everybody and if that falls for everybody then lordy lordy lord we will have something that will happen that everybody did not think would happen and that's somebody taking this shit to trial on camera doing some crazy shit and not getting flushed down the toilet because one of the charges talks about the machine gun aiding in the bedding and all this other shit well according to a certain individual who told on himself he shot the machine gun the other person actually actually did not shoot the machine gun. So if you charge me with shooting in possession of a machine
Starting point is 02:01:34 gun and in the stories in which we're being told by people who are telling certain stories and they never say, I possessed the machine gun, you can't charge me actually for that machine gun. So application of law is everything. So I'm going to be honest and I told people this. I said, bro, if they were to say conspiracy to commit murder, I think that would have been the better thing. But the murder for higher conspiracy, that is beyond difficult to prove without any goddamn payments. After being told, you know, you really can't consider the fights as payments because nobody said, oh, I was promised to fight to California if I come and kill somebody. That never happened. Oh, I was promised the hotel night in a party bus if I came to California and
Starting point is 02:02:15 killed somebody. That never happened. So as we sit here and we wait on jury deliberations, we're looking at application of law and they are very serious. I am glad that they did this shit in California because, bro, had this been anywhere else, I think they would just fared through it, but one person made this point, and that is, they have a lot of evidence to get through, part two in a moment. So let me give you an update,
Starting point is 02:02:41 yeah, still long-ass time, though, man. Update, but people are tagging me and posting, you see me reposting it. It's not a me thing, it's a we thing, so there's that part, man. I want to see everybody with, I want to see everybody shine. I never like the spotlight all for myself, so I'm
Starting point is 02:03:00 uncomfortable with being the main person because that's not my spiel right when I come out the courthouse I make sure to talk to those who are standing there because they weren't inside but they deserve that exclusive because they were standing there they were waiting they're actually helping seddy nashbill his brand so why won't I help them build their brand each one reach one teach one grow one show one that type of thing now let's get back to it so if they are having an open I mean a closed door meeting and lawyers are going back and forth about it and everything but that means is that we're not able to come to a unanimous decision.
Starting point is 02:03:34 We're not able to agree. So judge what you want us to do. And then judges typically say, man, y'all go back there, y'all go figure it out. But it depends on what the lawyers agree to what the judge is saying, whatever instruction.
Starting point is 02:03:49 If it was a jury note, if it was anything else, we would see. But we shall see what the hell is going on. If it keeps over going on, bro, if we get to like next Friday, I think 100% it's going to be a mistrial.
Starting point is 02:04:04 If we go past next week Friday in my heart of arch from how I see it, bro, it'll be not guilty. If it goes past next Friday, there is no way on God's greener. They're coming back with anything but it's not guilty and you're going to see less. There ain't no judge letting no goddamn jury
Starting point is 02:04:22 deliberate for a week. Like, come on, bro. Like, yeah, nigga, this ain't that's complicated. Nah, no. If this shit, if we don't get a verdict by Monday, they're calling that shit. or they're going to figure out what count there's a mistrial on and yes, well, they don't just sitting back here like, yo,
Starting point is 02:04:42 keep ordering pizza and wing stop every day, look at the evidence for eight hours a day and just chill. Hell no. Hell no. Okay? It's going to be 24 hours of deliberation after today. All right? Monday,
Starting point is 02:05:00 if it don't happen on Monday. Well, that's kind of saying it's not going to happen today. I still think there's going to be a few people that might say, man, fuck it, man. Like, I want to go enjoy my weekend and I do not want to come back here on Monday. So if I think if we don't get the verdict in the next two hours, it's a sign that they're not that close. If they're very close, I think we get it today. Nobody wants to come back on Monday, bro. Nobody want to come back on Monday.
Starting point is 02:05:29 Nobody want to come back on Monday. But if they're really divided, Monday obviously, right? To charge the charge for everybody. I'm talking about brown eyes. Yes, I'm talking about everything because it's the possibility that only brown eyes gets convicted of something. Because he is on camera shooting. That's the crazy part. He might just get hit with stalking of Cuando Rondo.
Starting point is 02:05:55 If he only gets hit with stalking of Cuando Rondo, that man, it'd be so, you know how crazy that it'll be? that all these other cats told Falka is the only one who's going to have an all right plea deal of probably like 30 years or some shit like that. Vani and Jim, they plead deals, you might as well,
Starting point is 02:06:14 they might as well hire some new lawyers to fight for the shit they're trying to do because, bro, if Dirk walk home and Dedy walk home and Brown Eyes only gets hit with that stuff. Their plea deals or their 5K1 letter has nothing to do with the outcome of the case. It had to do with their performance on the stand. They all did fine.
Starting point is 02:06:35 A 5K1 letter is a letter that is a sentencing letter. Like, there's never been a 5K1 letter that says, damn, we lost the case. But the guy did a good work as a snitch. No, it's not, it does not matter about the outcome. You showed up, you did exactly what the prosecutors wanted you to do, tell the truth. You were helpful.
Starting point is 02:07:04 You offered your assistance. in in prosecution, that's all you could do. You ain't the juror and you're not the prosecutors. He might mess around and get 15, 20 years. He'll be home before all the snitches will. That would be insane. Let me address. I bet money would, I bet money with SETI Nash. Ain't nobody coming home before the goddamn snitches. niggins, the system would not work if the snitches snitch and get more time, like, come on, bro. Like, come on, like, come on, come on. All right, let me know when there's an actual update.
Starting point is 02:08:02 To legal drug operations, the gangs learn to adapt. One of the new strategies of gangs in this region has been to shift their operations into vacant lots and abandoned homes. Approximately 400 abandoned houses in the village of Dalton. That's someone that took over someone's house without their permission. And they stay there. They do a lot of things that they should not be doing it. And it should have been taken care of sooner.
Starting point is 02:08:25 And it's not. One recent example of this comes from an abandoned home on 849 St. Louis Avenue. On the outside, it looked like an abandoned home with boarded up windows and graffiti on the front door. But on the inside was one of Chicago's most active stash houses. Neighbors say that the house had been vacant for many years. It's owned by the Chicago Housing Authority, but it's been left untouched and unsecured. Then in 2024, it turned into what police called an open-air drug depot. Dealer started operating their business right on the front porch,
Starting point is 02:08:58 where buyers would pull up in cars, hand over cash, and then drive away with the drug of their choice. When police finally raided the home, they found 24 bags of narcotics hidden in a hole that was dug into the wall. This operation was all happening in broad daylight. Parents walking their kids to school said that they would see people cycling through every country. minutes. Residents who live in these areas are saying that they just can't take it anymore. We're moving the process of moving as we speak. I just can't put up with this anymore. I'm completely done with Chicago. But no one wants to be here anymore and can you blame them? Can you blame them?
Starting point is 02:09:35 As more and more families move out, these homes often become abandoned when nobody wants to buy them. These empty homes quickly become safe havens for the same activity that they were trying to escape. Today in West Garfield Park, more than 40% of the lots are vacant, but the cycle doesn't just stop with abandoned homes and empty lots. When neighborhoods start falling apart, it's often the kids who get caught in the cracks. Because not only you're going to get killed, you're going to get killed, the nymphcats going to get killed, but our kids is dying. One of the most tragic stories of young kids getting caught in the gang life comes from an
Starting point is 02:10:10 11-year-old named Robert Sandifer, nicknamed Little Yummy. Both of his parents were teenagers at birth. His mother was frequently in trouble with the law and his father was in jail for most of his life. By age four, Robert was removed from his mother's care due to violent abuse and was given to his grandmother whose home had up to 19 different people living in it. Unfortunately, this new home offered Robert little protection. He continued to experience abuse and even had cigarette burns and bruises all over his body. Despite the trauma, he became familiar with the streets of Chicago.
Starting point is 02:10:47 By 8, he had already dropped out of school and began stealing cars, breaking into houses, and navigating the criminal underworld. Around this time, Robert became affiliated with the Black Disciples. They often used Robert as a drug runner or to commit crimes, knowing that the legal system would often let him off the hook because of how young he was. By age 10, Robert even tattooed BDN for Black Disciple Nation onto his body. His criminal record quickly grew, and by age 10, Robert already had 23 felonies, including an armed robbery. Tragedy first struck, though, when Robert turned 11.
Starting point is 02:11:24 Robert was given a handgun by members of the Black Disciples and was ordered to carry out a hit. Yumi walked up to 16-year-old Keanta Britton and asked him what gang he belonged to. Brennan told the 11-year-old he wasn't involved, and then Yumi pulled out a gun and shot him in the stomach at point-blank range. Yumi sprinted away and police quickly arrived on the scene. Only two hours later, Yumi came back just around the corner of where he shot Britain. He spotted six guys playing football. He walked up with no mask, wearing a shirt that said boss, and then opened fire erratically on them. Bullets went everywhere.
Starting point is 02:12:02 A parked van was hit. A house window was shattered and tragically 14-year-old Chavon Dean was hit in the head. Chavon, who wasn't even with the boys but was just walking by, ended up dying a few hours later. Following her death, Robert became a fugitive, living in black disciple members' homes, while evading police and even the FBI. Three days after the shooting,
Starting point is 02:12:25 Robert returned to his neighborhood, hoping to turn himself in. But high-ranking black disciple members feared that he might cooperate with law enforcement. The black disciples now feared that Lil Yumi was too much of a liability to keep around. Black disciple members Craig and Derek Hardaway were tasked with silencing Lil Yombe.
Starting point is 02:12:43 As Lil Yumi was making his way back to his grandmother's home, they lured him into a car offering protection. Craig and Derek then drove Lil Yumi to a railroad underpass. Once there, they shot Lil Yumi twice in the back of the head, killing the 11-year-old. His body was then discovered the next day. What was he like? Bad. You know, bad? Like, when you say bad, what do you mean?
Starting point is 02:13:10 Why are you still? Breaking the people out. Did you ever see like the police coming to us house? Every other day. When you like, when you found out that he was killed, right? What did you think? I mean, it shocked me he shouldn't have got killed like that. I mean, he didn't have to die the way he was killed, but that's the life you live.
Starting point is 02:13:33 That's what happened. Little Yummy's story shocked the nation, landing on the cover of Time Magazine, and becoming a symbol of children growing up in violent, neglected neighborhoods. From Oblock to Englewood, DeGarfield Park and K-town, Chicago's gang war is everywhere, shaping schools, streets, and lives. These maps aren't just data points, they're living neighborhoods with real people caught inside a decades-long war. But the FBI is trying to put an end to this war. The FBI just raided Oblock, and it made an entire video on it, which you can watch right here.
Starting point is 02:14:07 Thank you again, delete me for sponsoring this video. To get your data removed from the internet, Make sure. Okay. A little bit of the landscape, even though, again, this is not a Chicago crime. It does involve members from Chicago and Chicago gangs. All right? Yeah, I did not think this was going to take this long. I did not think none of this would have took that long.
Starting point is 02:14:48 Was my interview with Dirk, the last interview you ever did? That's not the last interview he did, right? Oh, no. Yeah, he did it in the Desca one. Oh, he did this, too. Nardwar versus Dirk. then he did a couple's quiz actually you know what I'm saying
Starting point is 02:15:27 and right after that dirt I'd like to give you a gift here some bump J what can you tell the people about bump J see her in my letter man you already said right here you know what I'm saying
Starting point is 02:15:39 bump I always show love you know what I'm saying he started the shit off you know what I'm saying so shut out bump and you met him through your grandmother my auntie your auntie yeah I mean my first time me was in my grandma
Starting point is 02:15:50 do you remember that yeah what was that like crazy Crazy. Crazy. He came in house playing his unreleased music and shit. I'm like, damn, that's hard. Were you doing any rapping at that time, like writing any rhymes or anything?
Starting point is 02:16:02 Nope, I won't do nothing. That was young. Did it kind of inspire you to get going? Nah. I was just like, damn, this bump jay. You know, like kind of start stuck when I first sang. Quote, them choppa make him do the running? Man.
Starting point is 02:16:16 Man, Maserati. You say what? Say go mom. How you doing that? Well, you a little dirk? We have to know it. No, we sure. What can you see about that verse?
Starting point is 02:16:32 That's incredible. I'll just try to be different. You know, that's all I'm saying. I'm trying to be different in my music, so. So if you know, you know. In every beginning, very beginning, you sent your music to Rood Boy Entertainment? Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 02:16:46 Yeah, I'll tell you that. Yeah. In Iowa? They were in Iowa? SB was in Iowa? Yeah, how you do? What was that like? Crazy. You heard me? Recorded in the closet.
Starting point is 02:16:59 They didn't believe, like, everybody didn't believe in us. We're making all type of music. But yeah, shout of food boys. I have another gift for you right here. What can you say about these Dirkio chips? They are amazing. Best chips out. You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 02:17:15 These, like, these like the best chips out, the best, the best of the best. You know what I'm saying? And it's really hard to find that Chicago. We went to eight different places and they were all sold out and at the ninth they only were available She ate them on Now we're gonna reach that But it's great it's no it's a hot seller
Starting point is 02:17:35 There's lots of Nicki Minaj and lots of little baby but not much little dirt Yes, how you found them? There was on a gas station. We went to like a whole bunch of different gas stations That's hard. I appreciate y'all to look so that's a Do you have have you eaten your own I'll eat them and I'll keep you can eat your own for sure. Yeah, yeah. I noticed the expiry date. It isn't, you know, it passed. Y'all ain't passed yet. And also almost... Healed. Almost healed. And I have another gift for you, Little Dirk, right here.
Starting point is 02:18:04 A band from 1992, The Mummies, and do they kind of remind you of... Almost healed for sure. Now, this is often, I'm going to do my research and see if they was doing, and I'm often a sample cover their sounds now. That's what I thought. White vinyl as well. Yeah, I learned there from Metro. Metro told me that. The mummies. The mummies. The Moves.
Starting point is 02:18:26 The voice. The voice. Chief Wuck. My brother, Turkey Man. And who's in the room right now? Is he here? No, he probably outside. He'd probably outside take a picture.
Starting point is 02:18:36 Where are you at? Go get him. Yeah, he's chilling. What's up? I know everything about him. I can answer everything for it. Drew Barber. Fake Shore Drive.
Starting point is 02:18:46 Oh, that's my dog. Yeah. That's my dog. He was the first one to put all the Chicago artists in their spotlight. And he did, like, interviews with you, like, the first time out of jail, out of prison. That's amazing. Yeah, he was like the first one doing, like, the podcasts and everything.
Starting point is 02:18:59 He'll go work right here. Yo. Yo, Remo. Hello? I don't know what that was. I don't know what that was. Actually, is it what I think it is? Let me see if they'll call back.
Starting point is 02:19:49 Let's see if they'll call back. Let's see if they will call back. Okay, okay. I got to call them. Hold on. All right. Never mind. Let's see.
Starting point is 02:20:20 Y'all don't know. Let me call them back. Okay. Oh, my God. We got the original co-conspirator number four on the phone. Brick baby. Man, we're not doing it today, man. What is you talking about? Oh, my bad.
Starting point is 02:21:15 Oh, my bad. All right, we got break baby. How you doing, bro? How you doing? Hey, real quick, can we get an update on what's going on with you? I know you've been locked up for some while. I mean, I think people, there's a lot of people who really enjoyed when you were out, you know, making content. They want to know what's update with you.
Starting point is 02:21:37 What's going on with your situation? Mm. Okay, wow. Are you kind of mentally prepared for, again, it's going to be between a range, but are you kind of just prepared to try? trying to just get that time dealt with. Yeah. You kind of helped kick the door.
Starting point is 02:22:50 Yeah, you kind of help. You kind of help kick the door in with that. Hey, hey, by the way, I don't know if this is still true, but at one point you were locked up in the same facility with dirt, though, right? Am I wrong? Is he still in that same facility? Okay. So is there, like, you know, he's going through trial, by the way.
Starting point is 02:23:18 His case is at Verticoat's at this point. Is it like a big deal within the jail? Is everybody kind of aware of... Wait, smirking, GP? Oh, shit. Okay, okay. Oh, wow. And you say he's been practicing his religion
Starting point is 02:24:07 and, you know, he's still staying close to his faith in there. Really? Wow. Hold on. Yeah. Hold on. Someone just hit me with a note real quick. They're saying there's rumors of a verdict being reached.
Starting point is 02:25:11 Hey, Graham, where are we getting this from? Yeah, I mean, otherwise, what do you do to pass the time and pass the days? All right, 75 pounds of muscle. A list from a federal prison. By the way, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead. So I was trying to tell, give everybody an update. It looks like that came from Mimo. Mimo, I'm pretty sure, isn't at court, but somehow he's put out on his Instagram that there is a verdict.
Starting point is 02:26:24 They've reached a verdict, so I'm not sure if he's trolling. I'm pretty sure he wouldn't troll. But, yeah. By the way, Brick, how can people support you? You know, you had a lot of people who like hearing your opinions and everything when it came to hip-hop topics. And also street-adjacent stuff. I know you've been kind of out of sight for a while. If people wanted to support you, how did they do that?
Starting point is 02:27:16 Okay, we got your Instagram on the page. So, like, if they didn't want to, like, support, they could send a DM or something like that. I know you say you don't have your, like, your inmate number. Yeah, I think it's. How different, I know you've been incarcerated before. How different is it being locked up in the Fizz versus, like, I don't know, locked up in, like, you know, L.A. County jail or something.
Starting point is 02:28:31 Right. Wait, wait, wait. They iron your, like, prison uniform? They got ping. I ain't going to lie. They just had some Apple event. I'm about to send you, like, the Apple watch that. They said Smirkhead. I'm going to send you the new version. I got you.
Starting point is 02:29:15 I'm joking. I'm cool. Six months in a house. Wait, wait, that's the thing for contraband? Six months in a hole for contraband? Have they sent you to the hole for any reason? Like, whether it's fights or whatever? How's that experience, though?
Starting point is 02:29:55 Because from what I'm not hearing, it's kind of like mental torture a bit. Do you get, like, a stop? clock, a watch, like some type of timer to know what's up or serious? All right, bet, bet, bet, bet, bet, bet. If not, I'll connect with your wife, bro. All right. Shot's a brick.
Starting point is 02:30:58 What was it saying again? Is the brick not the trick? Yo, I think they're in jail watching this shit. Like, okay, yo, did we get, did we get hoodwinked by Mimo? This is like when Mimo said, yo, I'm going to Savannah to go avenge, Avenge, King Vaughn. Is anybody else? I might have to call himimo and be like, man, why are you trolling, bro?
Starting point is 02:31:36 There is no update from nobody else. There is no update from what we see from nobody else. No update. Where the hell did Memo get this goddamn update from? Now, obviously, they would reach out to the family first. Not too sure if Memo was on that short list. not too sure if he's on that list, man. Wow, what's all this?
Starting point is 02:32:30 In more California news, I don't know if you guys seen this. A former, uh, no jumper host. Chat, I'm going to be honest with you. They got a curse over there in no jumper, man. You either catch a Rico or you catch a murder charge. There's two former hosts that's fighting murder charges. One guy name is, uh,
Starting point is 02:32:55 I forgot what his name is. but he's fighting a murder charge. And then this guy now for extra, he's fighting a murder charge. By the way, TMZ ran this. If you guys haven't heard the news or maybe you don't even know this guy. Former No Jumper host, four extra, has been arrested for an attempted murder. Okay, that's not that bad, right? I guess, right?
Starting point is 02:33:28 Like, usually he's a straight-up murder. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, that LAPD, book the rapper, real name Risen Bingham, Wednesday on the attempted murder charge. His bail has been set to $1 million. These No Jumper hosts got to start putting in their contract with Adam that Adam got to bail them out. And when they get bailed out, they got to be chained to the wall at the No Jumper Studios and just do podcast until their case is resolved. Okay. Former no jumper host, four extra has been arrested for the attempt to murder. Law enforcement tell TMZ they booked him. Police show that his bail has been for a million.
Starting point is 02:34:10 Now, some people know four extra because he previously made headlines last year when he lost two fingers in a fireworks accident. On the 4th of July, he asked his followers, who want to get blown up today? I'm going to blow up your ass. I'm blowing somebody up. ultimately he blew his own fingers off. He did return to no jumper recently where it looked like they try to come back together. Here we go. And something happened to you like that.
Starting point is 02:34:48 And I get up there and with a mother, Chris Valley, yes. The verdict is taking really long. It's inexplicable right now to me. Here and the whole time me and you being the honest, what's the name and I get up right here in front of somebody on his show and I let him just start popping it and I know you know how someone I'm going to go hey hold on bro that's cool and all that you whatever you got a problem with but talk that shit on another time bro he ain't about to talk about that
Starting point is 02:35:12 because he's in the hospital right now bro and I fuck with him bro and that's my boy you know what I'm saying I'm gonna cut that short right there you didn't cut it short you smile you smirked you smirk I'm like all right it's gonna sound like incoherent babble but if you if you know the lore of four extra for you probably are tapped in. Hopefully these allegations ain't true. But man, as I said, when it comes to L.A., the L.A. podcasters be active. I think the only ones that don't be active,
Starting point is 02:35:44 which is a good thing, is, well, I think all them are active. I heard Glass-Malone said, if Drake said something to him, he would go shoot up Drake's house, so it looked like he's still in the field, right? Four extra shoot niggas, allegedly. What's the other guy in him? I forgot his name.
Starting point is 02:36:01 He got a murder rap. So one thing I got to say about the LA podcasters, man, you know, they keeping the gangsterism alive. For workers, it's not Monty B, it's not Monchy B. It's the other guy. Everybody's saying plea deal, plea deal, plea deal under my last post. What are you talking about this? I would bet anything. This has nothing to do with a plea deal.
Starting point is 02:36:36 Like literally, that is. I'm very curious to understand why people think it would be a plea deal. If you look at my last post, tons of people commenting plea deal, plea deal, plea deal. Where are you guys getting that from? I would bet anything it's not a plea deal. Little Dirk up. Agree, ain't no goddamn pleas, man. He's either going to beat the case or he's going straight to jail, straight to prison.
Starting point is 02:36:58 We got to just be honest. There ain't no plea deal for murder for hire, man. You can't go down. Like, for example, at least if it was just a straight murder charge, you're like, ah, it's not first to second degree. Ah, it's not second degree. It's third degree. It's not third degree. It's manslaughter. Maybe you're not the person responsible to murder. You're the accessory. Murder for hire when you say that's the guy who orchestrated and hire the murderers. What plea could you give him? You can't give him nothing. You get what I'm saying? Unless you're going to just change up exactly why you brought him to trial in the first place. Anyway, shameless plug here, chat.
Starting point is 02:37:40 Please, theacademy.shop, we still have a discount going, all right? It's the free Dirk discount, 30% off, all right? This is used to support the channel. It is used to support the internet that I don't have at the crib. And obviously, we're trying to take some of the proceeds and, you know, also put in a donation for some of these victims ourselves. So if you guys can, we have 30% on. off all items so you use the code free dirk at checkout.
Starting point is 02:38:10 It's the academy.shop. If you do order something during the stream, I'll give you a shout out as the orders come in. And I appreciate anyone who's been ordering anyway, okay? Right. Hmm. Maybe we need to get like Wack 100 on here to decipher what the hell is going on. Has anybody heard from J. Prince Jr.?
Starting point is 02:38:42 They said Wack calls out J. Prince and J. Prince Jr. after Ben 10 and OG3 arrests. He says he told you Houston was hot. Let's hear this. Where the media team in there? Where the media? Where's the media team, man? TV's in the goo.
Starting point is 02:38:59 Where is it? I'm, man, when she started talking, I... Well, that's the one that they ain't got you. So you're saying he just ain't picked him up yet. They ain't done, bro. Man, look, if you think they ain't got them phone record, I told y'all that people had camera footage, or J. Prince getting there.
Starting point is 02:39:19 him on the phone, the other showing up, them congregating, and then going upstairs. I told y'all the back door say, whack, the same female who called your phone is the same female who showed up to get the tapes. Said, Hodg said, I'm talking to her. I'm listening to this. First thing I said, whack, you don't realize shit. you put up spread. You don't realize how man, when she started talking, I said, oh,
Starting point is 02:39:57 this is the lady from Wax Audio that called his phone. He said, Wack, the lady from the Houston Federal Department. Yeah. Yeah, he said, I told you. I said, bro, he said, Wack, the Feds got all the shit. They sent
Starting point is 02:40:15 the local PD home, bro. Feds took over. So, and dude can't walk right G3 Benton and four other people but we know that that Drinian now
Starting point is 02:40:44 one of them people that they have to mention is there hey listen man look a lot of their little shit they had going on ain't there no more but what was there ain't playing with them feds anyway
Starting point is 02:40:57 they just had that little local shit yeah yeah yeah let's see that grab them Man, man, bro. That's what everybody's talking about.
Starting point is 02:41:14 The man, they're not talking about who they picked up. They're talking about who they didn't pick up. They got to get picked up. They up next, though. You know that. That's easy man. That crazy part, about five days ago, I said Houston fin to get hit next.
Starting point is 02:41:34 They come. Yeah, you go. So did. So did. I said. I said, I'm telling you. Yeah, it's the first thing I thought about when I saw that. It's the real thing.
Starting point is 02:41:48 There's too much going on. Right. When there's too much going on, it ain't nothing else going on, they're coming. That's the end up to age, though. They're going to keep coming. It has been busy, huh? Now, I might want to pray for the Prince family. This wouldn't be the first time the fans are kind of poking their head around in terms of the Prince family.
Starting point is 02:42:19 Previously, WAC 100 saved the Prince family from getting, I don't know, what would have happened, but WAC 100 recorded phone call with FBI who asked him about J Prince. I don't know if you ever heard this. Check this out, chat. Here we go. Here we go. me your greatest day. Cool. I mean, I would have no information.
Starting point is 02:42:53 I just leave. We help me right there. This is, this is WAC 100. The FBI call WAC 100. Supposedly, they claim that the FBI must have heard something
Starting point is 02:43:03 on the wiretap. Maybe somebody threatening Wax, so they call Wack to ask him if he's good. Don't ask me, huh, brother. Okay. Okay. Yes, sir.
Starting point is 02:43:17 Well, that's what I'm kind of, The female is the FBI officer. Prince Senior. I mean, I wouldn't have no information other than just leave helping with anari over project. Okay, yes, sir. Well, that's what I'm kind of wanting to talk to about. Okay. Well, what's wrong with you working on a nari hooble project?
Starting point is 02:43:54 No, sir. No, nothing's, nothing's wrong whatsoever with it. I'm glad someone is advocating for him. That wasn't the issue. I was just, information has been provided that you had some disagreements with Mr. Prince. Are you familiar with him? I mean, I know who he is, but I don't have no issues with Mr. Prince. Okay.
Starting point is 02:44:21 So, I mean, a disagreement is a disagreement. I don't know how that factors in the FBI. Well, I think Mr. Jones on the YouTube video. going back and forth with him calling you, it's Mitch, and you calling him one, and all of that. Okay. Yeah, what's going on with the content?
Starting point is 02:44:56 Jack, there's no update on the verdict, bro. Setti Nash even put up on his thing. Basically saying ain't no verdict then. There's no verdict yet. Okay. I think Mima also tried to correct himself, He's saying he got the info from a lawyer. Look.
Starting point is 02:45:24 He just posts. He said, we have been informed. It says 236 L.A. time. It's 3 o'clock L.A. time. Okay? It's 3 o'clock L.A. time. I think he's getting their information from this lady here. Okay.
Starting point is 02:45:44 Let me play. Let me see what she's been saying. Hey, yes indeed. That is she. Attorney Shaquel Ross from She. law firm criminal defense attorney here in Atlanta, Georgia. I'm not going to talk too loud. Either you go or I go, because I'm trying to cover the little Dirk's trial. Anyways, and I know that you have microphones on those. Okay, so, blooper, blooper, blooper.
Starting point is 02:46:13 Guys, I know, I know. More groundbreaking information. Allegedly, within the 24 to 48 hours after the state and the defense rested, allegedly, OTFGM put a comment on his DM. Comment raises great information. Hey, yes indeed, it is she? The government got on the stand and Hey, yes indeed, it is she, Attorney Shaquelle Ross from Shee Law Firm, Criminal Defense Attorney in Atlanta, Georgia.
Starting point is 02:46:47 So look, guys, I want to break something down to you during closing arguments in the Little Dirt's Murder for Hire case. The prosecutors stated that OTF Jam was originally only facing three years for the gun charge that he was locked up for. But after the prosecution heard, that when he got on the stand that he admitted to three additional murders, allegedly.
Starting point is 02:47:08 The prosecutors are like, wait, hold on one second. Did he have immunity when he was sitting down with the federal agents? Did he have immunity while he's up here testifying to other crimes that we didn't even ask him about, but he was only facing time for the gun charge? So can we come back and charge him? Bet your bottom dollar, they probably will. They are thinking about going back and indicting him. So let's break this down, right?
Starting point is 02:47:31 You need immunity. need full immunity and transactional immunity. Also, if you're going to snitch, I'm not here to help you snitches, but what I'm saying is in this situation, he should have had an attorney sitting right next to him saying, I object, my client won't be answering that a question. Sixth Amendment, okay? That's one thing. Second thing, never trust the government, because if that plea wasn't in writing, it probably was, but he probably thought in agreement for his testimony that they would be willing to give him a deal. It was never in writing, right? Because now the prosecutor is saying, hey, we're going to come back and indict you.
Starting point is 02:48:01 So let's say if they indict him on the three other murder charges and he's now facing the murder charges and he's in trial, what do you think the prosecutors are going to do? They're going to just use the transcript in which he admitted and he's going to use, they're going to use. No respect to this attorney. Jam said he pled guilty to those charges already. So I don't know what she's talking about. It's not about a mutiny. He signed a plea deal.
Starting point is 02:48:37 And not necessarily pleaded. Let me be very accurate. he pled guilty. He's going to get sentenced for all of those. But he's going to show up with a 5K1 letter, which is what will not make him do life. It seems like she's in Atlanta. She's not in my, I mean, L.A.,
Starting point is 02:49:05 so I'm not too sure where she's getting her info. Hey, yes, indeed, it is she, attorney Shaquille, Ross, from She law firm, criminal defense attorney in Atlanta, Georgia. So, guys, I have to break this down to you. The jury is still deliberating in Little Dirk's murder for higher charge. They have sent several different notes to the judge to ask for clarification. A jury can always ask for clarification. What happens in those situations?
Starting point is 02:49:32 The judge instructs the attorneys to come back in the courtroom and they will read the actual note that the jurors wrote. Not the jury reads it, but the judge reads it. Then the prosecution and the defense attorney stands up and instructs the judge on how to answer that question for the jury. But I know what you guys are thinking. What happens if a jury continues to deliberate? There are three things that can happen. The judge can force them to make a decision. What is forcing them to make a decision?
Starting point is 02:50:01 That means, okay, judge, we are deadlocked. There are people that cannot come up with a unanimous verdict on the charges, right? The defense needs one person to say, He is not guilty on any of those charges. The prosecution needs all 12 jurors on all of the charges to deem him guilty on any of the charges. If the jury is like, hey, judge, we still cannot come to a unanimous verdict. The judge can say, I'm going to give you a hammer instruction that is called an Allen
Starting point is 02:50:32 charge. That is where the judge says, hey, you guys need to go back in there and you guys need to consider your views and come up with a decision. Two, the judge can declare the actual trial a mistrial. What does that mean? Does that mean Little Dirt goes home? The prosecution can object then as it relates to bond if the defense attorney says, judge, if you are going to do a mistrial, can I at least ask for bond? And the biggest of these all is let's say for an example, if any of the charges come back and they cannot decide, a judge can step in as a 13th juror. What does that mean? That means a judge can say, hey, you know what?
Starting point is 02:51:12 There might be some bias still in this charge and how you guys decided. There might be some things that I need to decide and I need to step in and overrule as it relates to you jurors and I need to make a decision on whether or not Dirk is guilty or not guilty. There were a couple of people who said that this trial wasn't going to go more than a couple of hours. We're going into day three. my money is on the jury going over the amount that he said it would go. Goodbye. So she's a person who said this. She's not in LA, though, it seems.
Starting point is 02:51:58 I'm bet you're better. Wait, wait, hold on a second. For all of your people who have cold defendant cases in which two of you allegedly, possibly, potentially were involved in the same crime and committed the same crime, right? And one is trying to pin it on the other, right? The first thing your attorney should be doing is filing a motion, a motion, listen, a motion to reveal the plea agreement that was given to the other co-defendant. You want to see who the snitch is. Who's snitching? Who's talking?
Starting point is 02:52:37 Did the other co-defendant get a lesser charge? Don't say anything about my chemical pill. I say fly. But anyways, who got the lesser sentence? Who got the lesser plea? Excuse me, not sentence. Who got the lesser plea? That'll reveal a lot for game.
Starting point is 02:52:56 Hey, yes indeed, it is she, attorney Shaquell Ross from she law firm. So guys, the jury is still deliberating on Little Dirk's case. As a criminal defense attorney, I want to say that I think this is good, right? A lot of people were like, oh, they're going to find him guilty within the first hour, second hour, third hour, oh, we're going on 24 hours, we're going on 48 hours. We're now entering into about 56 hours. Sounds like it's a whole bunch of doubt going on, right? So now the jury is saying, hey, we have a question in regards to the conspiracy charge because
Starting point is 02:53:30 with a conspiracy, you need an overt act, right? There has to be an agreement and then there has to be an overt act to carry out the agreement that they're alleging, right? So as long as the jury keeps deliberating as a criminal defense attorney, no news is good news. Hey, so I'm going to break down conspiracy even further, right? Because I know some of you are going to say, that's a legal definition. I don't understand. Oh, yeah, he conspired.
Starting point is 02:54:08 No, hold on. If it's a legal definition, you have to meet all the elements of the definition. So conspiracy here in Atlanta, what it is is there is an agreement with two or more people to carry out the felony. There has to be an overt act to carry out the felony. So let's say for an example,
Starting point is 02:54:28 I ask you to go sell drugs. And you say, okay, there's the agreement. There's two or more. Now, did you in furtherance carry out the act or did you just go home and sit down? Or did you do something else on your own? Or did you do something that wasn't even part of the plan?
Starting point is 02:54:50 And did you eventually say no? That's not conspiracy. It has to be where we agree, you then do something to carry out the act and then you actually further the act. That's conspiracy. Okay? I ask you to sell drugs.
Starting point is 02:55:04 You go buy, you go buy the baking soda, you go get the pot. and you go by the stove. For all of you who sell cocaine and you mix it to rocks, you know what I'm talking about, right? So we make the agreement. You then went and further carried out the agreement by buying or getting supplies to sell the drugs, right?
Starting point is 02:55:27 A lot of you might argue and say, but the drugs were never sold. You only cooked the rock in the pot on the stove. No, but you still in furtherance of the agreement carried out. a certain... Cook, my black African, Pan-African sister. Cook.
Starting point is 02:55:55 I want to hear some Dr. Umar right now. The brother, Lil Durk. He's a FBI brother. That's what I want to hear. I want to hear some... I want to hear some Dr. Umar talking about Little Durk. Just for comedy purposes. Oh, here we go.
Starting point is 02:56:14 Took place in Chicago. It was Chicago and Harlem, New York that put Dr. Umarer. out before the world. So I got a lot of respect for Chicago and although I might not agree with a lot of the activities that these different gangs are involved in, I occasionally art in these 16 years that I've been traveling to Chicago and it'll be 16 years on September 18th. I said the manner in which the struggle streamers on YouTube. I'm very disappointed in the manner in which the struggle streamers on YouTube
Starting point is 02:56:53 are turning this into a circus. It's funny. You know, it's a big joke in a game. You're talking about people's lives, man. You got deceased people. You got people who may go to jail for the rest of their life.
Starting point is 02:57:09 You got family split up. You got people who's taking care of their mother, taking care of their queen, taking care of their children. Like, this isn't funny. And when I look at a lot of these major hip-hop bloggers and YouTubers, they're a bunch of damn fools.
Starting point is 02:57:22 Everything is a joke. They're laughing. They're making jokes about everybody involved in the case. Why is this funny? There's nothing funny about this art. And I'm so disappointed in us as black men because we have allowed it to get this bad art. We allowed it to get this bad. I mean, let's back up for a minute, art.
Starting point is 02:57:41 Do you realize since the middle of Joe Biden's presidency? Since the middle of it. Now we're in the middle of Donald Trump. presidency for the past four to five years there has been a major hip hop artist on trial accused of a major crime damn near every year for the past five years think about that think about it you had the why i'm thinking about it here's a conclusion that i came to seems like rappers get rich and being Rich ain't enough. They want to still commit crimes. I think that's the conclusion I'll come to. That's the conclusion I come to y'all.
Starting point is 02:58:35 S.L. Rico case with young thug in him. Much respect to young thug. Okay. He beat it. Brother was proven to be innocent or largely so. Okay. You had it started with him. Okay. Then we moved on. We have Puffy. Okay. Keeee Deegis. Puffy was drenching hos and baby hole, man. Not saying he's a big criminal, but them hoes ran to the government and cried and said they got sex traffic after he cut the money off, bro. That's not our fault. Like, yo, I hate when these niggas never say, yo, hey, these guys are privileged millionaires that shouldn't be getting in trouble. It's now somehow the audience and the media fault. Puffy made a billion dollars and he wanted to be at the
Starting point is 02:59:25 fucking four seasons drenching bitches and baby oil and having random men ejaculate on them while he would cup the semen up and rubbing on his nipples. I don't think that's a crime. I think that's kind of creepy and a little bit gay. I don't think it's a crime. However, the bitches he did that to, they thought it was a crime. They ran to the federal government because they didn't get their mayback or they didn't get to whatever house that they probably felt they were promised.
Starting point is 02:59:56 So it ain't us that put that, put it in there. Did he got putting a trick bag by the whole. he was fucking with. We ain't see Young Miami cry yet about the pee. Not one time. So I don't know if we could just say, all I'm saying is I agree with Dr. Umar. Major hip-hop artists are going down,
Starting point is 03:00:19 but I suspect it's not because of the audience or the media. I suspect it's because half of these Negroes are really doing crime. It's the reason why young thug, put it like this. Y'all, y'all don't want to admit it, but the system cured young thug. He's looking like a pregnant road and he look out of character now because he cannot be back on Cleveland. They have gotten him into civilian land. He's back over here with us.
Starting point is 03:00:49 When he was throwing up all type of hieroglyphics and, you know what I mean, calling himself King Slum, who's out of control? Out of control. Let's be honest. The system cured him. Now, he probably, he don't make good music when the system cured him. You know, he make better music as a criminal. I got to keep it a bean with you. He made better music as a criminal.
Starting point is 03:01:12 But let's be honest now. Let's be honest. The system cleaned up, believe, LaVieu, for show. Who else he all mentioned? Little Dirk? Got convicted? You got the Little Dirk trial going on right now.
Starting point is 03:01:32 You got the alleged shooter for M.O.3 going on right now. You got the hung jury from YNW Melly, and YNW Melly is going to be retried in the new year. Brother, all these cases he's mentioning, let me give some blanket advice. If you finally make it in music and you make it with a couple of niggas that you want to say they're part of your crew,
Starting point is 03:02:01 they're part of the Y&W Melly, or Y&W, that's the crew, young nigger world, maybe not be in a car with them while they get murdered. And we can't find who did the drive-by, so now they're blaming you for killing them. I'm saying they got, nothing to do.
Starting point is 03:02:18 We got to stop blaming. These rappers are not kids. I wish they were kids. Pause. Because when they get all these millions, we could be like, hey, you know, as a parent,
Starting point is 03:02:29 you could take the kids' money and be like, no, like a kid gets some money from their uncle. Be like, no, I'm going to spend it for my son. When these niggas getting planes,
Starting point is 03:02:39 trains, automobiles, they're all over the place, jet setting. At no point do they say, let's blame the media. In fact, they shit on the media. They shit on the fans.
Starting point is 03:02:54 I don't know how to hell we keep getting blamed or I don't see. I've been calling out Meek Miletus finally call out the rappers. A podcast didn't send none of you niggins to jail. Listen, they might have used a podcast as additional evidence, but I could show you an autopsy. That's why you in jail. I'll show you a gravesite.
Starting point is 03:03:17 That's why you're in jail. I'll show you a viral video of somebody getting murdered. Broad daylight. That's why you're in jail. These rappers got to start taking accountability. Then none of them take accountability. I've seen a tweet from Meek Mill. It was so, but we all know when meek tweets, we almost got to be like, bless his heart.
Starting point is 03:03:37 Just bless his heart. He said Lil Durk was this innocent kid in this and third in the big bad world. I did an interview with Dirk. he said he was up $50 million. I'm not going to knock a nigga who might be obsessed with revenge because I know how dealing with grief could be. But you're going to make some decisions in this life. $50 million, you could go buy an island and get away from all the niggies that don't like you.
Starting point is 03:04:08 All the niggas that want to hurt you. Or $50 million, you can say, everybody that I don't like or ever hurt a hair on anybody close to me, I'm going to put them in the ground. There's choices here. There's choices. I have yet to see one person blame the rappers. I've yet to see one person blame the rapper. I hope Dirk,
Starting point is 03:04:37 let me be very clear, I hope Dirk is innocent. But I'm not going to sit here like Dirk is no little kid. Dirk surrounded himself with the niggins that told on him. Dirk was in those situations, and Dirk made music about those situations. He ain't no little kid. I hope he ain't do it.
Starting point is 03:04:57 I hope he innocent. But this idea where you get the Dr. Umar, the Meek Mills, and then the other people keep tweeting, they blame everybody. No, nigger. You niggas need to stop doing crime. They ain't on famous criminals. And if you want to be a famous criminal, a criminal, bet go be an ADX while everybody make documentaries calling you a clown.
Starting point is 03:05:23 The fault of all of this lies solely at the hands of the rapper. I've always said. I even said it in the Drake and Kendrick shit. I said, if that shit got violent, nobody should get blamed but Drake and Kendrick. Nika, y'all are the most influential, the richest. And I'm not talking about just those two rappers. In every situation where we're talking about rappers getting fucked up,
Starting point is 03:05:47 they're the richest, most influential. And when they fuck up, they get treated like the baby. But why did you let him pull his gun out on camera? What? well why did you trigger him? Do you hear some of these questions or comments that I even get? But why did you trigger Lil Durk?
Starting point is 03:06:09 It's a grown-ass man. But why did you have to? You know his sense? Are you fucking kidding me? Now this is not at Little Durk or anyone. But I see people keep scapegoating. Damn, why would you put him in that position? Damn, why would you say this?
Starting point is 03:06:36 Damn, if the fans didn't instigate. How the fuck does the fans, quote, quote, instigate? If you tell me as a rapper, you're so much of a petulant child that you will let your comments section send you to jail, I think we have to say we're probably better off without you. You're an idiot. I've yet to see a gangster rapper take responsibility. I would love to hear Gucci speak.
Starting point is 03:07:08 I know now we call him a right, all that. But I felt like his life changed when he went to jail the last time. They finally broke him. I keep telling you, you know what? You know what the feds are realizing? They're realizing that jail going to break your niggis. Poochai's see and get broken again. I told you that.
Starting point is 03:07:24 Because Prushaiky keep looking at like a little small amount of years where he'll come out and he come out even realer. The way to break these rappers, once they look at life, they come back and they're a new person, right? That's when you start saying they get cloned. No, they get tired of the bullshit. I can't believe Dr. Umar is up here. Dr. Umar, before you talk about Little Dirk case or even Little Dirk, have you listened to his music?
Starting point is 03:07:59 They've been sliding through their blacks. They don't know we have. Buddy ass got shot, but we ain't claim it, but I could show his ass. Are you listening to the music, Dr. Umar? Or are you just a fucking clown just sitting here defending all black people? and acting like everybody's a fucking victim. No, nigger. You do the disservice to these people that, like, that's actually,
Starting point is 03:08:22 again, I don't know if whether there's Dirk or whoever else is guilty or innocent, but these niggas is putting themselves in these positions. I don't know. I mean, it kind of looked like we know what push-rashy did. I don't know if he robbed Cucci. But if you on house arrest, they tell you don't leave the spot. You still leave the spot. No permission.
Starting point is 03:08:41 Got an ankle monitor on. You have eight niggas come out from memory. You have them all with guns, ski-masked up, and you print out a fucking contract and videotape you holding a gun to a man. Who could you fucking blame but yourself? Why are we given even Meek Mill? Meek Mill ran around like the biggest victim. Nigel you went to jail for a wheelie. I'm sorry, buddy.
Starting point is 03:09:07 You had terms of your probation. No, you cannot cause mass hysteria as a celebrity and do wheelies and bike life. That can't happen when you're on probation. Don't get in trouble. How come we just blame everybody else but the niggas? I'm waiting for the first rapper. And actually, I think the only rapper I ever seen dude that was Kevin Gates. Everybody babies the rapper who gets caught.
Starting point is 03:09:43 My nigger. I don't think Dirk did this. I'm hoping he ain't doing this because I always said that he was smart. I told 6-9 that Dirk is smart than you. I told YB. Dirk is smart than him. Now, and when I was thinking about smart, obviously I was talking about marketing,
Starting point is 03:10:03 in my heart of hearts, I'm still really thinking, ain't no way Dirk was that dumb to put a shooter on a private jet. Like, come on, bro. Like, come on, y'all. Come on, y'all. You're putting shooters?
Starting point is 03:10:21 It's like, it's like Yelabizi. Shot to Y'all B, I know you're about to go through your shit. I'm hoping. You literally did not just go to the ATM and take $40,000 to pay the killer. I'm hoping. It can't.
Starting point is 03:10:38 We can't take blame for these stupid-ass decisions. We can't take, like, what? Somebody said, ask, you, you know we did. I don't know what nobody did. I don't know what nobody did. And maybe I'm a little bit clouded about my shit because if I'm successfully financial, financially successful, I could take care of my family, I can live the life, whatever life I want to live,
Starting point is 03:11:20 the last thing I'm thinking about doing is throwing it away by trying to murder somebody by trying to do some dumb shit. Somebody say he's drunk, I'm not drunk. It's just, yo, let me tell this. You know, as one of the leaders in this media space, yo, we're tired of you rappers trying to say that you locked up because us. Capp, nigger, you locked up because that nigga dead, nigga. Stop capping, bro.
Starting point is 03:11:51 You ain't get locked up because no media, nigga. You locked up because you got, you locked up not because of us. You locked up because your homeboy that you've been name dropping in your songs. He is snitch. You locked up because you killed a nigga. You locked up because you paid for a murder. Nicky you locked because you dumb. Nica, that's media niggins ain't do nothing to y'all.
Starting point is 03:12:10 Like, y'all niggas is just retarded. I got to tell that to all the rappers Y'all could save printness Us media niggas ain't do none to y'all niggas. You know why you locked up? Your homeboy who you've been rapping about y'all love name dropping your shooters
Starting point is 03:12:24 on songs and that's the niggins that's going to tell on you and that's the niggins that's going to tell on you You name drop him, name drop him and when you name drop him you made it hot so the fans on his ass every time Little Woody you shoot at your nagging Okay so let's go get the guy who's shooting at the Noggins.
Starting point is 03:12:43 Thank you, Thug. Thank you. The reason, and this is message to little baby, meek Mill, young thub, all y'all gangster rappers who claim, because now they're trying to make it a podcast thing. You're locked up because the guy you paid to shoot somebody because you wouldn't do it, he told on you. I'm sorry. You didn't pay his bond.
Starting point is 03:13:06 As a fact, you heard this dirt case. Your shooters claim you guys don't even pay well. How are you going to have shooters you don't pay? So he's telling all you. Bet. Second of all, they're booking shit in your name. They're using your credit card. They're using your resources.
Starting point is 03:13:23 And it's on your tab. It's all connected to you. Okay? Third of all, you're not comfortable with the crime being done. You want to get on a song and brag about it be done. Oh, perfect. Oh, when it's going platinum and motion,
Starting point is 03:13:43 Multi-platinum, real street niggas shit. When it's played in court at your first appearance, yo, it's art. They're not buying it. They're not buying it, buddy. They're not buying it. They're not buying it. The mere point I'm trying to tell y'all,
Starting point is 03:14:04 and here's the thing too, the majority of the interviews that ever get used, you niggas wanted to talk about that shit. Y'all not kids. Y'all wanted to talk about it. Keefey D. ran to Vlad to talk about that shit.
Starting point is 03:14:25 Everything Dirk said, oh my interview you want to talk about too. Everything Doug said with the Gileon Wallow interview you want to talk about too. You know why? Y'all had an album coming out and y'all think y'all slick, man, let me just kind of,
Starting point is 03:14:36 I'm going to say some shit. If you know you know. You know who's, if you know, you know. The prosecutors, they know rap. The nigger who's prosecuting Dirk wrapped his own lyrics. He performed Dirk song.
Starting point is 03:14:50 He performed. His name is Michael Morse. He performed dirt song in the closing arguments. And after he performed it, he looked at Dirk, looked him up and down in that courtroom. And he said, yeah, he's a star, but he ain't no JZ. Come on, man. Y'all n'all nigs put yourself in jail. Let's keep it the beam. I hope Dirk make it out of this.
Starting point is 03:15:15 Hopefully he ain't do this shit. But y'all rappers, I don't want to hear. Not one of y'all say, young thug put himself in jail. everyone of y'all none of y'all has been ever put in jail by a fan and never been put in jail by the media y'all all put yourself in jail your man next to you is probably the biggest snitch
Starting point is 03:15:35 after you shout him out three times and he shoot 10 people for you he's going to tell on you stop it and I know there's some people be like is there any guilt that the media feels I ain't speaking for them I sleep like a baby
Starting point is 03:15:51 Okay, sorry. Right. Then you got Pushai-Shik, allegedly accused of a kidnapping, I believe, in robbery. His trial coming up in 2027, art. When does this end? This is crazy. Every time you wake up, another hip-hop artist is on trial accused of a major crime. You talk an extortion.
Starting point is 03:16:18 Yeah, the problem is the rappers. The problem is the rappers. Kidnapping, double murder, murder for hire, sex trafficking, RICO, interstate prostitution, murder, what are we doing? And no matter who wins or loses, art, because I don't know who's innocent, I don't know who's guilty, I haven't dug deep enough into these situations. I don't know who's innocent, I don't know who's guilty, but guess who loses? Black men, you know why? Because when our sons go for a job interview art, they're going to remember these hip-hop court cases. When our sons apply to college and trade school, the people who have to consider them,
Starting point is 03:16:58 they're going to remember all these hip hop cases being broadcast across the news. When the police pull one of our sons over for a traffic stop and his pants is sagging, or he got a do rag on or the music is loud, guess what they're going to think of? The YSL RICO case. They're going to think of the M-O-3 case. They're going to think of the Pushai-Ti. They're going to think of the little dirt. They're going to think of the Keefei.
Starting point is 03:17:21 That's nothing. And I'm going to start covering a little bit once this Yellow Bezzi trial start. Now, here's the thing with the Yellow Bezzi trial. But we're going to be, ain't nobody trick Yellow Bezzi off the streets. I don't know if there was slide for something that made whatever happened. The story from what I understand it goes like this. Yellow Bezzi and Moe three in them, they were into some regional petty dispute that involves ego, jealousy and competition.
Starting point is 03:17:54 At some point, there was an attempt on Yelabizi's life. Yellow Bezzi felt like it was Mo 3 who did it. Now, let me just, again, this is all assumptions. That's what the narrative online is. We'll see what happens in court. The court is supposed to be about the facts and evidence. Now, here's the thing. Hey, added Yellow Bezzi.
Starting point is 03:18:18 If Yellow Bezzi felt like Mo 3 try to kill him and Yelabee's say, fuck it, I'm about to go kill Mo 3. Cool. But as long as you accept that if you get caught, you go to jail. That's it. I ain't going to lie. I think that's kind of like, you know, respect to Mo three. But if the story goes, Mo three try to kill him and then he survived and he killed Mo three or got somebody to kill Mo three.
Starting point is 03:18:42 Shit, I mean, that's kind of revenge. You know, I mean, if a nigga tried to kill you, I'm pretty sure you would risk jail. Here's my thing. If he go to jail, he go to jail, though, bro. Like, you know, he go to jail knowing he made a decision. He made the decision saying the nigger who tried to kill me, I wiped him off the face of the earth. As long as he knows that, hey, it's revenge.
Starting point is 03:19:00 Revenge is part of just life. But ain't nobody supposed to be feeling bad for Yellow Beasy. You know? Shit. If somebody did, I had seen he had gotten shot a lot of times. Shit, if somebody had shot, y'all like that, y'all might be like, nigga, all these millions might not mean none. If the nigga who tried to kill me is still walking around.
Starting point is 03:19:22 So, listen, he got his get back. Shit, if that comes with jail, it comes to jail. That's it. Bro, we don't really need to sit around and have like these, you know, a lot of times when they're talking about rappers, people be told about their bank accounts too much because we're thinking about how fortunate they are. Oh, man, Lil Durk was so successful. Oh, my God, he could have changed so many lives. Yeah, you're right. He could have changed so many lives, but he chose to slide.
Starting point is 03:19:45 That's it, brother. It's okay. You got choices in this world. You know what I mean? Like, do I want to wake up today and go on a yacht and go buy a private jet and go live a peaceful life or do I want to slide? Sliding time. So it's choices. That's it.
Starting point is 03:19:59 It's choices. Fuck it. You know what I mean? So, you know, and I got done against yellow busy. Like, respect to him. I'm just saying, you know,
Starting point is 03:20:10 if he did what he did, allegedly he did, he made a choice. He's like, fuck this money, man. Fuck this fame. Fuck this shit. I'd rather risk it all
Starting point is 03:20:19 to make sure Mo3 is no longer breathing and Mo3 is no longer breathing. But what comes to that is jail. If he did it, I don't know. B, Big him, think of a Sean, Cone.
Starting point is 03:20:28 They're going to think about Y and W. Melly. If we go back to the 90s, our community was complaining about hip hop and gangster rap because of the lyrics. Man, I got to turn Dr. Umar off for a little bit, bro. Okay, we got some new tweets
Starting point is 03:20:48 or one new twist. I said nothing is happening. I thought French Montana was popping up in court today. I wanted to ask him about the DBE album. What? Okay. It is not much really happening, chat. It's not much really happening.
Starting point is 03:21:06 Okay. I'm going to stop playing Dr. Humor. I guess my whole spiel is this, man. All you rappers who went to jail, young thug, the reason why you went to jail, nigga, is because according to the prosecutors, the grandmas, a believe that Blevlin Ave, couldn't walk outside without bullets flying.
Starting point is 03:21:23 They blamed you for that. Okay? Y. W. Mellie, you know why you're in jail? It's because the niggas who they say was your two best friends. They came up dead in the car you were supposedly in, and they claimed you fired up the gunshots. Pusha's, you know why you in jail? Because instead of hauling at one of these dope entertainment lawyers
Starting point is 03:21:40 and Fidescing your way out, you said, fuck it. I'm about to just kidnap Gucci, man. Put that, that drago to him, and I'm going to get out the deal that way. Fuck it. That's how it goes. You know what I mean? Who else? Who else in jail?
Starting point is 03:21:52 Reason why Durk in jail? You kept saying when jam get out that jam, you got 50 for him. Oh, I keep jam with me. Well, you kept a certified cooperating with you. Okay? You kept the biggest snitch in America with you. That's why you're in jail too. Okay?
Starting point is 03:22:06 And also because he felt you sent him on a dummy mission. That's it. Everybody taking their blame, bro. Everybody taking their blame. The fans hold no accountability. The tradeoff is, y'all like the music. They get rich. Same with the media.
Starting point is 03:22:26 Y'all promote the music. They get more popular. They get rich. we're talking about grown adults here. You see, the thing with the Warren Shirek when I did look back and there was some regret in how I did it, there was times that we were talking about people who were damn near teenagers, didn't go to school, are kind of in this damn war zone, and they're just kind of going off of like really primitive and primal type of activities.
Starting point is 03:22:58 That type of sympathy stops for grown-ass men that are adults with millions, in the bank. If before you slide, you don't think about your 10 kids, your baby mama, your mother, your grandmother, your aunt,
Starting point is 03:23:15 your grandfather, your two pregnant side bitches that's about to give birth. You don't think about none of that? Who the fuck? That's your fault. I'm sorry. That applies for anybody.
Starting point is 03:23:36 That applies for anybody. Accountability is going to be be taken here. Now, will I still feel bad for you? Of course. I feel bad for Poo Shite's tea, but I know he made a choice. I know he made that choice if he did rob Gucci.
Starting point is 03:23:48 I don't know if you robbed Gucci. Gucci might have robbed himself. You know what I'm? You know what them? Anyway. All right, man. What's going on, bro? We need like a official update, something.
Starting point is 03:24:02 It's not looking good, man. All right. So there's definitely no verdict at the moment. Okay. What's the other thing I was going to play? Oh, I was going to go back to. I like this lawyer. So let's say if.
Starting point is 03:24:20 If you're in Atlanta and you need a lawyer, um, a highlight, Holla at, um, Sheila, uh, She law office.
Starting point is 03:24:29 Like she's, she sounds, she sounds pretty good, pretty competent. You, you, and part of that conspiracy, you then say,
Starting point is 03:24:36 you know what, I'm going to sell to someone and then that person dies. Even if something results from the conspiracy, that wasn't part of the agreement or there's an accident, you can still be charged with conspiracy, especially here. in Georgia in Atlanta. They do it all the time.
Starting point is 03:24:51 Okay? I hope that clarifies. If you have another question, you guys just keep sending them. Okay. Now, shout to my lawyer now. I ain't going to lie. She said,
Starting point is 03:25:15 could you refer me to a good, honest jeweler? I want to get a new piece. Yeah, if my lawyer don't got, got some bust down shit, I'm good. Yeah, your ass.
Starting point is 03:25:25 Yeah, if my lawyer are not getting it like that, I'm good. Okay. She got them VVS is and shit. shit. Okay, okay. I'm fucking with it. I'm fucking with it. And VVS is. Okay. Bus down, Tatiana, bust down. Okay. I see what's cracking. I like this. Anybody know if jeweler, you can refer to my attorney? Okay.
Starting point is 03:25:58 Number two, the judge can declare the actual tribe. There were a couple people who said that this trial wasn't going to go more than a couple. Hey, I want you guys to listen to me very clearly. I've been an attorney for 10 years. I've handled celebrity clients. I've handled high-profile clients. I've handled the little run-of-the-mill guys on the corner. I've handled from A-list celebrities to little guys to crooks, whites, blacks, Mexicans, Asians.
Starting point is 03:26:29 In a federal case, little Dirk's jury is going into the fourth day. This is already the third day, the fourth day. When I tell you that this is rare, that God's hands is in that room, in the back of that room, on that ballot with those verdicts in those jurors' ears, I'm telling you right now, whether or not you are opinionated and you want him to do time or not, I'm telling you about the rarity of this situation. It is very unheard of. Now, she must have just came from Icebox. That ring is bust in, shirty. I like that ring. Okay, uh, yeah, so she put that out. Okay. And she posted this four times. What the fuck?
Starting point is 03:27:21 Oh, damn. Yeah, now she posted this mad times. Look. Okay. All right, well. Shot to she law. Oh, she represented Woody. Fire.
Starting point is 03:27:38 I like that. You know, shout to my black queens out there, and their name known in law. There was a really good attorney on some real shit. Like that was in black woman that was in Dittie's case. She did such an amazing job. I can't even allow to you. No troll.
Starting point is 03:27:54 All right. So Mimo capping. No verdict. I'm hearing that, bro. There ain't no verdict coming today, bro. That's what I'm hearing. There ain't no goddamn verdict coming today, bro. Chat.
Starting point is 03:28:08 It's 346. There's less than an hour left. There's less than an hour left. Okay? An hour left in court. An hour left in court. Did I see Chudde Builder trying to get it in with Big Act? He says, so niggademics thinks it's cool to encourage the streets to harm me for saying a word.
Starting point is 03:28:29 However, when they come after him, after interfering with Dirk's investigation, now he's scared. Listen here, Chudde Builder. You, unlike some of these other niggis, I give the same treatment, white or black. So I had to treat this nigger once again. I say, a little boy, the last time you tweeted at me, next day you got locked up for months, begging for bail. Me along with everybody on here, we tricked you off the streets.
Starting point is 03:29:02 And we ended your streaming career. You notice he's been out free. Can't stream. Can't do none of that. It's over. No more antagonizing. That's all we wanted. That's all we wanted.
Starting point is 03:29:13 I said, G.G. game. I said, never forget, I had your clown ass chimping out and then I had you caged. I think that's checkmate enough for me. Okay? So, Chud, while you fight those legal cases, those criminal cases, you pay those lawyer fees and you have now got effectively fired from your job. Also, I saw the eviction notice about, I didn't know you were living in a trailer popping it like this. You're popping it from a trailer? How are you getting evicted from a trailer, brother?
Starting point is 03:29:54 While you do that, I want you to start evaluating who's winning once again. Was it the black people you harassed? Or is it you who's over here getting treated like the actual chimp thrown in and out of the cage and basically having to sit there and while we wave the banana, dance monkey dance. That's you. That's you, Chud. That's you. We got you out of here, man. We got you out of here. Listen, I've never been more proud of than the black community.
Starting point is 03:30:25 We got you the fuck going out of here, man. We got you out of here. We got you out of here, Chud. Okay? We got you out of here. I ain't going to lie. We gaslit you to be so paranoid you walked out of court and shot the first black man you saw. You stupid ass.
Starting point is 03:30:41 You dumb as hell. We gas you. You know it was the day before you tweeted at me last time, right? You tweeted at me and you had to go to court the next. there you were so scared that the first black man you saw walking out of court you shot him. Your ass was sitting down for months. Yeah. And you're trying to blame you.
Starting point is 03:31:01 You're trying to say that, oh, I encouraged people so I gassed them up. No, I encouraged the fear in you because you know you was pussy all along. So you're going to try to claim that I was inciting other people to do stuff to you. No. I was inciting the fear and the racism that was in you all along. you knew what she was doing there was a time ticking on it and when you see somebody who stood up
Starting point is 03:31:26 for themselves you could handle an actual altercation you couldn't handle I don't know maybe at worst you would just punch you in the face maybe he just wanted to slap you you could handle that you know what you did
Starting point is 03:31:38 try to murder that man and for that you're going to be fighting a couple of cases you're going to be paying attorney fees and meanwhile you do that you don't just make sure you don't get evicted from that goddamn trailer no more streaming for you.
Starting point is 03:31:51 We cut that off. Okay, shout to the judge. Shout to the judge. The judge put some nice stipulations on you. You thought you were slick. We tricked you off the streets. This is how this term should be used. Niggas like you.
Starting point is 03:32:04 And yes, I did call you a nigga. Okay? Niggas like you, you're supposed to get tricked out of your position, all right? So now you're going to be on Twitter, send it out a bunch of tweets. Here's the thing. It's okay. We could just block you. We could mute you.
Starting point is 03:32:17 We could restrict you. No more will you walk around. around with a camera and your fucking suspenders walking up into black people's face who are unprovoked. They never, they never provoked you. And you try to make a moment off of them. You won't be doing that no more.
Starting point is 03:32:33 We tricked you off the streets, trick shot your position, ended your streaming career, enjoy those lawyer fees, and hopefully you could avoid going to the big house. Love you, love you, Chud. Keep chimping out. Don't get put back in the cage. Okay? I got two bananas for you. Chud's a thug!
Starting point is 03:32:54 Chud is a thug. Judd is a thug All right And I'm glad the The court system And of course the judge down there Felt the same Okay
Starting point is 03:33:07 You know He wants to talk freedom of speech Yeah well sit your Chimping ass out On Twitter and do it Don't be running up in people's faces In real life, okay? Cool
Starting point is 03:33:22 All right So we're waiting in the line outside the courtroom. No one has given us any updates. Now, I keep kind of like, you know, reverting to this chat. I do think it's positive
Starting point is 03:33:38 that they're taking that long for Dirk, but I can't say it's all the way positive. Why? Do you believe that they're leaning towards not guilty on all counts? That's why they're taking four days? If they were taken four days and they really thought it was not guilty, they would have came up with their decision.
Starting point is 03:33:59 I think what it just means that either way, they don't agree all the way guilty or all the way not guilty. This leans towards a split decision. This leads towards possibly a hung jury on particular counts. So that needs to be acknowledged already. Yes, this is positive for Dirk because I think we would know the stick of forking in motion he's done would be if he's found guilty on all counts. seem like that would be based on the timing and the questions being asked, that's what's
Starting point is 03:34:37 happening. So you got to imagine there might be a split decision. Remember, a split decision will not have Dirk walk free. Will not have Dirk walk free. And I don't think little Dirk is out of the, you know, for the fans who are saying, no, this is, okay, this is sounded real positive. We got to relax. there's only one charge that doesn't carry life.
Starting point is 03:35:10 The others all do. So if it's a thought that is a split decision, it might still be bad newsbears. The conspiracy to commit murder or the conspiracy to use interstate facilities for murder for hire, that's automatic life. Murdering aid of racketeering, automatic life
Starting point is 03:35:41 stalking of Savaya Robinson that results in death up to life stalking of Cuando Rondo with a deadly weapon up to 20 years
Starting point is 03:35:56 and I forgot what the last one is but regardless the point what I'm trying to say is that if you're a jerk fan you should be very cautious don't Don't bite for this idea that the longer they take, the more this is going to look positive for Dirk. And the reason why is that most of his charges has a sentencing guideline that suggests life imprisonment.
Starting point is 03:36:31 Now, a reasonable assumption, though, is that if they are taking this amount of time, they would probably realize, you know, let's say they already think he's guilty of two of the, the charges that carry life, they're not going to bust their brain over the another charge that also carries life. They're going to be like, fuck you, really think he's guilty of these two charges that give him life. Fuck you. Just give him life for the other one, right? Don't know. We're assuming here. We're assuming what are the five charges? Little Dirk is facing. Here are the charges. Use of interstate commerce in the murder for hire resulted in death. I want to show you these things. Here's the sentence. So we're going to start from the bottom going up. Pause. Under 18 USC 1958, using the interstate commerce facilities in a murder for hire plot where death
Starting point is 03:37:34 is where death results is punished by death or life imprisonment, along with a fine of quarter million So let's start. We're starting from the bottom, right? Here we go. If he is found guilty of this, he ain't coming back no matter what. Let's go to the other one. So he needs to beat this for show.
Starting point is 03:37:57 Let's go to the one above it. What's that sentence looking like? What's that sentence looking like? Conspiracy to use interstate commerce facilities in a murder for hire. That's the same thing. if you don't realize they've charged the same thing twice. One is actually doing it and one is the conspiracy. If they don't catch you on one, they want to catch you on the other one.
Starting point is 03:38:28 Because they might be like, well, we can't prove the pavement, but we could prove the plan. We can't prove that he did actions that resulted in it, but he was part of the planning. So both of these, if he gets convicted of both of these, we'll never see a little dirk in the free world again. Let's go to this next one. The stalking resulted in death. This is what they asked the question about, chat. This is what they asked the question about. The sentence for stalking resulting in death.
Starting point is 03:39:11 Here's a federal, under federal law, 18 U.S.C. 2261A. Basic stalking convictions carry up to five years in prison. Basic stalking. We didn't talk about somebody died. If stalking results in death, death, prosecutors may bring severe charges, but the core crime of stalking does not trigger the death penalty on its own, okay? On its own.
Starting point is 03:39:38 A lot of people feel like that's the, that stalking charge is a charge where you'll get the 10, 15, 20 years, okay? But they could give you up to, they could give you up to life. the penalties and we could let me actually just pull it up ah shit so death is off the table
Starting point is 03:40:01 let me just look up the federal code here's a federal code right here here's the federal code interstate stalking see with the intent this is what they asked about right here chat with the intent right with the intent so we got to meet all these things
Starting point is 03:40:19 okay uh shit where's a sentence though Okay, no, shall be punished as provided in this section. 20. Okay, so can we go to B? Fuck. Oh, next. B. Oh, weird. What the fuck? Oh, my God.
Starting point is 03:40:43 This is a dot-gov site, but it's not the most user-friendly. Let me find another one. Let me find another one here. Okay, I'll use this law school thing. All right. So it would be this. shall be punished as provided in this section. Oh my God, all right.
Starting point is 03:41:16 Sentencing, here we go. Here's a sentence in. Under 18 USC, the sentence and penalty guidelines, life imprisonment if the victim dies. So I told you, it goes up to life. Up to only 20 years if the victim is permanently disfigured. and if there's a dangerous weapon and they suffer bodily injury but not permanently this figure 10 years and five years if there isn't no serious injury or weapons. In this case with Savalia Robinson, the victim has died, which means little Dirk faces up to life.
Starting point is 03:41:55 Now it says any or any term of years so they don't have to go life. They could go 40 years. Usually they would go more than 20 because 20 is usually where they're trying to say, you paralyze someone, that person has like whatever bodily, you know, disfigurement. So let's be very clear again. We started from the bottom here and we're not Drake. But we did start from the bottom in the charges that he's facing. This charge, mandatory life in prison.
Starting point is 03:42:27 This charge, mandatory life in prison. This charge up to life in prison, but could be any years. that's usually a 20 to life. 20 to life. Okay? He took them the trial. That's 20 to life. So remember as everybody said,
Starting point is 03:42:47 nah, it's good. They're really debating. Chat, we're going to look up what is the longest amount of time in recent history that a federal jury
Starting point is 03:42:59 has deliberated on a case and came back with all not guilty. I'm saying, saying this is looking towards a split verdict. I'm just saying these charges don't look good. Okay? They don't look good. The first or the bottom three here, up to life.
Starting point is 03:43:23 They could give you anything. Keep in mind, Dirk ain't take a plea or nothing. He took them to the box. So they're going to want to give him the max. They want to give him football numbers. They want his sentence looking like a jersey of a lion man. 95. that's what they want to do.
Starting point is 03:43:41 Now, this one here, stalking using a dangerous weapon. This is for Cuando. It's the same as this stalk in charge. But we just defined here that if it has to do with a weapon, if it has to do with a dangerous weapon, right? Even though Cuando was not hit, this is where if that's the only thing, I'm trying to give you a path here, chat.
Starting point is 03:44:12 I'm trying to give you a path unless you believe Dirk is going to be not guilty of all charges. I'm trying to give you a path how he could have some favorable result. This Cuando Rondo Stalking charge, this second one here, he's facing 10 years. This is of Cuando Rondo.
Starting point is 03:44:31 Cuando Rondo did not get shot, and it would have been five years, but they used dangerous weapons. They had the switchy going off. The Switchy was making a movie. So there's a dangerous weapon. So even though he did not suffer serious bodily injury, he was stalked with the Switchy. So that's 10 years.
Starting point is 03:44:52 Okay. So the second charge is the only charge he's facing something below 20. Okay? And the first one, conspiracy to commit stalking, I think it's going to go back into this. same, oh, no, conspiracy commits stalking, that's slightly different. Remember I told you they're using a conspiracy if they can't get you on the act?
Starting point is 03:45:21 Because they're going to be like, well, Dirk didn't drive around in them cars. Dirk didn't drive around in them cars. Dirk was at home chilling. All right, but he planned it. Conspiracy. That's how they're looking at. Now it's conspiracy to commit stalking for Cwondo.
Starting point is 03:45:38 Okay? It's conspiracy to commit stalking for quandor random. Now, let me look at the sentence for that. Okay? Now, we need federal, federal, federal, federal. Federal, here we go. Okay, here we go.
Starting point is 03:46:13 Okay. Okay. Now, this says five years, which would be the conspiracy part, right? Now, the thing is, I think these have kind of enhancements. They have enhancements. Hold on. Let me see. Where's the conspiracy?
Starting point is 03:46:35 All right. Sorry. What's going on? It's a conspiracy. Okay. Five years. Okay. Usually it's up to five years.
Starting point is 03:47:01 If the conspiracy involves a misdemeanor, penalties, blah, here's the thing. Somebody died. That's the problem. So usually that would be a five-year charge, but somebody died. So I got to read how they put that charge in. I know it's of quando. He was not hurt. but there was death that did occur from the act.
Starting point is 03:47:23 So I'm trying to figure out exactly what that would be. Do we have the code for what that is? Give me one more second, y'all. Okay, let me go to the court documents. We're going to go to the court documents. So right now, chat, if we were supposed to break it down, unless you think Dirk is going to beat every charge, if any charge you want him to
Starting point is 03:48:01 to get found guilty on not saying you want a guilty verdict but the one that would be the least detrimental is the stalking of Cuando Rondo that's going to carry 10 years okay now here's the problem with that
Starting point is 03:48:19 Dirk wasn't there so if you think he was guilty of either the stalking of Cuando Rondo or the conspiracy to stalk Cuando Rondo, how can you not then say he was involved in the conspiracy to commit murder? I see people saying he wasn't there.
Starting point is 03:48:43 Well, that's where conspiracy fits in. He wasn't there, good. Okay, all right, fine. We won't hit you. That's why murder for hire is there twice. Murder for hire and conspiracy to commit murder for hire. So here's the thing about all these charges. can a juror actually believe that little dirk did conspire to stalk Cuando with guns but then not hold him accountable?
Starting point is 03:49:17 Let's say they hold him accountable for that, like he's guilty on that, but then not hold him accountable for conspiracy. for murder for hire. They're all kind of related. They're kind of related. Like, you think the jurors are saying, nah, we believe, now we believe Dirk had niggas hunting Kondo, but he ain't had niggas kill Kondo. That's, he got, nah, he ain't wanted that happen.
Starting point is 03:49:50 But yeah, nah, he believed that. Now, he wanted niggas to track down Kondo. He wanted them to track down, not kill him, though. It's kind of tough. Like, they're all kind of related. They're all kind of related, y'all. So let's go count one. Count one is the conspiracy of committing stalking of Cuando.
Starting point is 03:50:15 Okay? So yeah, it looks like if I'm, if I'm, listen, I'm kind of eyeballing all this. So count one, if that's the only thing they thought where they're like, you know, listen, Dirk, Dirk wanted people to hunt Cuando down. He never said he wanted, you know, any action to be done. done. I don't know how you even really remove the two, but whatever, fine. In the most favorable way, that's like five years. But it's going to be 10 years because it's going to be with a deadly weapon.
Starting point is 03:50:46 It's going to be with a deadly weapon. It's an enhancement. Anytime there's a deadly weapon, there's an enhancement. So, again, I'm telling you it's either Dirk is going to get 10 years, 20 years, or life. And 10 years would be basically beating the case, honestly. Like if the judge, if the jury looks at it and says, you're only guilty of stalking Cuando Rondo, Dirk has essentially beat the case.
Starting point is 03:51:17 He's essentially beat the case. If he, if he only gets what? The verdict is in? No way. No fucking way. Oh. You know, verdict. Let's fucking go.
Starting point is 03:51:48 All right, smirk. Hey, the verdict here, man. All right, what we bought it here? Tell me, tell me, tell me. Talk to me. Not guilty, man. Not guilty on all counts, right? Am I guilty on all counts?

I'm not going to repeat it yet. I'm going to wait until we find out the guards are all heading up right now, though. We just have four guards heading up.

Starting point is 04:07:59 So nobody has came out yet. That was actually inside the courtroom. Still waiting to find out, y'all. Still waiting. Right outside, a verdict has been reached in the case. We're just waiting to find out what the verdict is. If you don't want to see the comments, just click the screen and hit clear display. If you don't want to see the comments, hit the three, I think it's in the corner. There's the three dots somewhere in it'll say you could clear the screen. You don't have to see the comments if you don't want to. A verdict has been reached from the Lil Dirk trial.
Starting point is 04:09:28 Just waiting. So we're at the courthouse waiting to find out what the verdict is. A verdict has been reached for the Little Dirk trial. We're at the federal courthouse. We're just awaiting the news on the verdict. It's day three of jury deliberations. And, yeah, we're about to find out right now, y'all. It's about that time.
Starting point is 04:11:07 So a verdict has been reached. We're at the federal courthouse. We just saw his family rushing in. So we're going to find out. exactly what the verdict is. We're here at the federal courthouse outside the Little Dirk trial. Waiting waiting to find out what the verdict is.
Starting point is 04:12:01 So there are some people walking out. Yeah, big duty-old Twitch. One is not gonna die. I got a charger. Trust me, I'm prepared. Very prepared. Hey, what's that, what's that sound? So we're waiting to find out what
Starting point is 04:14:19 the verdict is a verdict is in but we're waiting to find out what that verdict is in the little jerk trial not yet y'all oh so they're letting the family into the courtroom so anybody that's telling you they know hey chap hey chap by the way y'all go follow my tic-tac this is my like low-key ticot
Starting point is 04:14:54 i think i got like 300 followers man y'all go follow my shit this is my low-key tic-tac. No, I'm trying to tell these things because I had to log into like some other I think this is what I'm logging. Yeah, yeah, go follow this shit right here. I'm posting no pisses. Go follow this page right here. Anyway, I'm back on it. So they're just now letting family
Starting point is 04:15:37 into the courtroom. We should be finding out what the verdict is any second, y'all. Quick chat real quick. I ain't going to allow to you. Right now we have 93,000 people up in here. 93,000 people spread across three channels. We got 20,000 on kick, 50,000 on King Academics, 20,000 on the academy. We got 90, actually 99,000. I should just jump, my bad.
Starting point is 04:16:08 We have 99,000. We're about to hit 100,000 before we get the verdict. 100,000 people watching. So shout to everybody in the chat, man. Just hit the follow button and go support duty load, man. You know? So we did just see about four of the guards head up as well with the family. We saw India.
Starting point is 04:16:43 India just pulled up about five to ten minutes ago. We're here, y'all. We're here at the courthouse. There is no confirmation on the verdict as of yet. The verdict is in. Chat, they said the line waiting for the verdict went from 60 people to at least 100. There's 100 people trying to get up in that courtroom. Of course, they're going to prioritize family.
Starting point is 04:17:13 They're going to prioritize the teams of these people, the families of the victims and also the defendants. it's going to be a while. So they're bringing extra security, extra guards. You know, of course, this is going to also be a process. We're not going to get it immediately. Usually what happens if there's a verdict on all counts, they will announce it. They're going to, the judge is going to thank the jury for, you know,
Starting point is 04:17:38 their diligent efforts of, you know, coming to a decision, and then they're going to let the jury leave first. They're going to let the jury leave first. So everybody's going to have to be state. They're going to stay in court. So nobody in court. court's going to be able to give us a tweet update or anything for a while. We haven't even gotten confirmation that everybody's in the court yet.
Starting point is 04:17:58 It looked like people are still kind of getting settled and they're making sure that, you know, probably trying to take some security precautions. So again, it might be a little bit wild, but it won't be much longer. It will be in a couple of seconds, y'all. In a couple of seconds, we'll find out what the fate of Dirk Banks will be. He got charged in this murder for hire conspiracy along with a bunch of stalking charges him along with DeAndre Wilson, along with Brian Lindsay. They have decided to take it to trial.
Starting point is 04:18:26 They did not take a plea. They did not choose to be a government witness. And they have taken it to the box, y'all. Okay, Brian Steele, Marissa Goldberg, Drew Finland. They have also, Christia Connor. They all fought diligently for Dirk's freedom. We have Harbaugh who fought for Dede and, of course, Mills, who fought for Lindsay. And we're going to see what it is.
Starting point is 04:18:49 government also put up a hell of a fight. We can't even lie about that. Yinello, Morse, and even a wiener. So we'll see in a few seconds, y'all. In a few seconds, we will find out. But if you're watching here, thank you for tuning in. We are at the end of the Lil Dirk trial. This is a live view from outside of the courtroom.
Starting point is 04:19:09 They have announced that there is a verdict that was reached. They have been deliberating all day. This is now the third full day of deliberations. much 24 hours, eight hours each day of deliberation, and they have announced that there is a verdict. We will get the full verdict soon. By the way, in how they announced the verdict, it will also matter because there is three defendants. They will have to announce each count for each defendant and what they found that count to be guilty or innocent. For it to be a guilty plea, it has to be as instructed beyond a reasonable doubt that that person,
Starting point is 04:19:49 did commit those offenses, and it has to be a unanimous decision by all 12 jurors. We haven't heard any drama, so we don't know if there was three alternates left. There was one juror that got, they had to, you know, car crash or whatever. They weren't there anymore. So there was usually four alternates. So there's the 12 jurors who decide, and there's usually four alternates, but we were down to three. So there was 15 jurors, only the 12, the first 12 get to decide. and unless we hear any drama with those 12,
Starting point is 04:20:21 it looks like those 12 have came to a decision and we'll hear it in a few minutes, in a few seconds about Dirk Banks' future. Now, Dirk Banks does have another trial that he's going to have to attend to. That is to come, but you've got to focus on what's here in front of us today and what's here in front of us today is the verdict and it's in.
Starting point is 04:20:38 So they're getting into court. It seems like some of the journalists are still online. Again, very tense moments. The family rushed back. You know, I'm pretty sure they were staying at a hotel very close. You see people walking in and out of the federal court building. This is a Friday. I understand it's a weekend.
Starting point is 04:20:59 Also, the jury who people have talked about looking very lethargic. They look like they didn't want to be there. They might have been distracted. They still did take three days, which means they definitely did some arguing. But clearly they didn't want to bring this into a Monday morning. They didn't want to bring this into a weekend where they had to sit and mull over and maybe be influenced by whether it's friends, relatives, or, you know, clearly this has been a huge thing on social media and definitely their internet.
Starting point is 04:21:28 They have made their decision unanimously today. So we will get the decision. They will not have to come back on Monday. And hopefully, and here we go. We see some people leaving. It doesn't look like those, you know, there's many different buildings or, courtrooms in the in the courthouse so you know could be other people that's just leaving for the day but it appears that the family of dirt banks they're all there the friends the family of savaya
Starting point is 04:21:57 robinson they're all there they're eagerly awaiting the the announcement okay i'm gonna let this guy speak for a while but this is a live look outside the courtroom again this is the federal building you cannot have filming inside of a federal courtroom or a federal building at all it's it's barred and extremely frowned upon. So we're going to have to wait till someone in court, usually one of the journalists and one of the people who has been helping us with being the eyewitness there of the case to come out, tweet, or send a message somehow to us about the results of the verdict.
Starting point is 04:22:31 Again, we need 15 results. Okay? All right, y'all. It's 4.41 p.m. on day three of jury deliberations. Here you go. You get this for this. Oh, yeah, so this is what it looked like outside the courtroom, y'all. They're fighting to get inside right now.
Starting point is 04:22:52 No single file line. It goes right here. Wait. It rose right here, okay? So that's how it looks outside the courtroom right now, y'all. Everybody's trying to get inside. Chat, real quick, I want to put this in perspective for y'all, okay? I know there was not a lot of huge traditional media out there.
Starting point is 04:23:24 You know, we, you know, especially my channel and me in hip hop in terms of, media, I wouldn't be the media personality that would have never built the media brand if it wasn't for Chicago, if it wasn't for artists like Little Dirk, Chief Keith, Fredo Santana, Little Reese. I've always said that there's a debt of gratitude that's not only owned Chicago, but those particular artists that I focused on. Obviously, this is this pivotal point in, you know, Dirk's life, not only just career, but life. I'll say this. I cover most trials right now. We have broken the record of the amount of people watching at the same time. We have 110,000 people watching. To put in perspective, I cover the Diddy Trial all the way to the verdict. It didn't hit that number. We covered the Tory trial.
Starting point is 04:24:09 Didn't hit that number. We are at 110,000, and it's basically because of Dirk. You know, people love him. I love him. I hope he's innocent, and we'll see in a few seconds, right? I'm up here for the verdict. You did? Everybody is... God, I got a goosebumps right now, you're gonna be ready. All right y'all, so the verdict is in. We're waiting to find out what the verdict is. Yo, yo.
Starting point is 04:25:06 Hey, Jay. Oh, what's good? We're on live right now. I've got 46,000 people watch it. Come on, man. Let's do it. All right, y'all, it's almost. It's about that time.
Starting point is 04:25:35 If you missed anything in this live and you want to see any replays later, make sure to hit that follow button. I will be clipping everything up and posting it again later. We'll be watching it. I appreciate everybody that's been tuned in. Appreciate everybody that's watching that's new. I agree this been watching the last two and a half weeks. We are ready to find out what the verdict is. It's a little dirt trial at the federal courthouse.
Starting point is 04:26:18 The verdict is in. I'm not going to believe anybody in the comments until we get a confirmation from somebody at the courthouse. I mean, we are here. We'll be able to get accurate information. Ain't no guessing. no fake news here. Damn.
Starting point is 04:26:43 Todd said he got like 50,000. We got 50,000. Right now? Yep. He got 50,000. You got 50 K in there? Shout out Todd. He got me here all time.
Starting point is 04:26:53 Oh, yeah. Shout on Todd. You're a Bay Area legend, man. You know that. Doing what he's supposed to. See, there's a few impatient people in the chat. just got to cool out for a little bit. Listen, they got to get,
Starting point is 04:27:13 they're going to take some security protocols. This is an important but very violent case. There's a victim family in there. There's the supporting families for the defendants. There's onlookers, press, media fans, and they got to make sure everybody's good, but also the jury. The jury is the most important in there.
Starting point is 04:27:34 So they got to make sure after they deliver their verdict, you know, they might poll them to be like, Hey, listen, is all these, what we just read, what your true vote was? And, you know, after that, they're going to allow them to leave. Then, you know, no one's allowed phones in there, so no one could tweet in there. So at that point, people will be able to have a chance to step out and we'll probably get some news of what it's the reality of how the verdicts came down. So just give it a while, give it a while.
Starting point is 04:28:02 All we know is that we're seconds away. If you waited two and a half weeks or three weeks or whatever it is for this, you could wait a little bit more. You ready? Yeah, I ain't gonna live, bro. I say good news because it, any more police are like that. Going crazy, man. Damn, my boy, you're killing it, bro.
Starting point is 04:28:41 There is no live streaming in the courthouse. That's what they were saying in the comments, yeah. You do. So you can't live stream inside a federal courthouse, For anybody wondering why there's no footage inside and state courthouses, you can. When it's a federal trial, there's no streaming, there's no cameras, there's no filming, no sound recording. Trina, you're welcome, you know. It's been a pleasure covering this case, even though it's, you know, been tough at times, but I appreciate you guys for appreciating me.
Starting point is 04:29:23 Thank you. I know a lot of people are watching from the East Coast. I know a lot of people have been waiting for this. but there's not too much longer to wait. All right for everybody that's new that's tuning in, we just heard that there is a verdict, so it looks like we might have it. We have some people walking out.
Starting point is 04:30:12 What is it? Hey, niggins, stop running. What is it? Hey, what is? Come on, bro. You found out yet or no? No, you didn't get in, okay. You were a, niggin, nigger, they up there,
Starting point is 04:30:20 a sacked. We don't know what happened here, though. Okay, okay. All right, so we don't have an update, yeah, y'all. It's just hard for people to get in right now, because they're trying to, like, storm the fucking force right now. They're trying to get them, like, they're trying to get them, like, in line so they can do this shit. But they up there, actually, like, fucking, they're acting like, crazy.
Starting point is 04:30:41 Crazy, yeah. Okay, that's what taking us all right. They're going crazy. Everybody's fighting. They're getting everybody up to call right now because there's no more original. They're going to be afraid about 10. 10 minutes, y'all. So, they kicked everybody out of the courtroom.
Starting point is 04:30:54 So we don't have a verdict yet. We don't have a, I think if you saw the guy running out, he trolls a lot. So I wouldn't take that. That's why I didn't even follow him. But we want some accurate news, y'all. So no news yet, no news yet. So they're only letting the family into the court room. family into the courtroom right now.
Starting point is 04:31:14 By the way, chat, we've hit a stream record, a stream record. Not that really the numbers matter, but 123,000 people across, primarily three platforms, our two YouTube channels and kick. We got 30,000 on kick right now, 60,000 on King Academics, and 30,000 on the Academy. Not for a Drake album, not for any other moment of hip-hop, even for the Kendrick and Drake Beef. We didn't hit this is, we've never had these numbers before.
Starting point is 04:31:48 Are you like, that's that holy water? It's the holy water? The verdict is in. We don't know what it is yet, though, but the verdict is in. I know, I've seen it. I've seen it. I ran. I'm running over here. I sprinted over here.
Starting point is 04:32:01 Everybody went in and started playing like Ray. The verdict is in, y'all. The verdict is in. About two million. Okay, how much for the ur, how much for the other rollie? Okay, about five men. How much for the other roll? About five million.
Starting point is 04:32:22 Okay, how much for the chair? He said five million for the broly, man. How much for the hat? All right, y'all. You're million here. Hello. Sir. Oh, wow.
Starting point is 04:32:32 Yeah. We're still waiting for the update, y'all. We're still waiting for the FDA. You don't know you have for college. We've not even asked us what kind of question. But I've heard it is in. So the verdict is in. They're only letting the family into the courtroom right now, y'all.
Starting point is 04:32:49 They say somebody saw a dirt mom crying or something. Somebody said that, but no, that doesn't mean anything because they didn't even announce the verdict yet. Right, right, right. Might have just been very nervous. Yeah, it might have been nervous crying. All right, y'all, we're here. There's a lot of people here waiting for the courtroom. What happened,
Starting point is 04:33:13 what's up at you? What happened, bro? Academics mentioned here or something? He's streaming it right now. Oh, he is? Your line? Yeah. What's up, Act?
Starting point is 04:33:28 I know. I see that. What's up, back? He's all your city. Love to you brothers out there. Love to your brothers. You know, I appreciate you. Thank you guys for being there.
Starting point is 04:33:38 And thank you guys for being the eyes and ears for everybody. So I appreciate you guys. You guys, go support these guys. You know, these guys have been out here the entire trial. Thank you to everybody who's been organized and helping out.
Starting point is 04:33:50 You know, we're our own media a lot of times. We don't need ABC, we don't need CNN. They're prejudicial anyway. So thank you to all the independent creators that's been out here like doing the work. Even these guys, okay? Go follow, Taj, please. We're just waiting on somebody to come out
Starting point is 04:34:06 and confirm what the verdict is, yo. All right. Hey, what it's, what it's looking like? Is any verdict yet? Joe is in? No verdict here, no verdict, no. The feds are, Feds are here.
Starting point is 04:34:44 Any update yet? Not yet. No update yet y'all. No update yet. When there is an update, we're... So the verdict is in, y'all. We are here. The verdict is in y'all. The verdict is in. We are here at the federal courthouse. Everybody is here. It's the moment we have all been waiting for. So we're about to find out what the verdict is in the Lil Durk trial. The verdict is in, y'all. The verdict is in.
Starting point is 04:35:47 Let's try this one. They're going crazy, bro. Got YouTube for now with a party right here. Wow, for real. All right, y'all, let's get some blue hoaxie. hearts in the chat for not guilty. Tige, you're going to go crazy. For real.
Starting point is 04:36:22 If anybody tells you the verdict, it's right now, it's not confirmed. When it's not confirmed, when it's confirmed or what you're going to do it? gonna let y'all know as soon as we know right here at the federal courthouse it's starting to buzz outside right now if you've been tuned in since this morning you saw there was nobody here earlier so there's a lot of people here a lot of people found out that the verdict is in so we got a lot of fans here that are waiting to find out from inside the courtroom where you have it right now Chat real quick, real quick. You know, we're kind of in a waiting game right now.
Starting point is 04:37:21 Again, it's not going to be much longer. These are the five charges that Little Dirk, DeAndre Wilson, and Brian Lindsay are all facing. Count one is the conspiracy to commit stalking. That has to do with Cuando Rondo. Number two is the stalking of Cuando Rondo using a dangerous weapon. Both count one and count two could carry up to about 10 years in jail, if that's the only ones they're convicted of. The three below, these are deep.
Starting point is 04:37:50 Stalking resulted in the death of Saviya Robinson, that's a little pub that carries up to life. Conspiracy to commit interstate commerce facilities in a murder for higher results in debt, that carries life. And use of interstate commerce facilities in a murder for higher result in death, that carries life as well. The last two charges here are mandatory life.
Starting point is 04:38:10 This carries life up to life in prison, but at least 20, and these carry, it could be 10, but depending on how the judge looks at it with a dangerous weapon enhancement, it could be 10, but it could be, go up to 20, all right? Sorry, I'm just trying to keep you guys updated. We're in a waiting game, I'm sorry.
Starting point is 04:38:30 They're getting the family, and apparently they try to bum rush the door. They're probably getting sheriffs and a lot of people to at least be around the building. Keep in mind they know how important or how much media coverage this case is getting. So surely we'll get it, announcement, but they're probably taking some precautions before, all right?
Starting point is 04:38:47 The family of Dirk, including his father, Dirk Banks, the mom, and of course his wife, India, they all rushed in about like 30 minutes ago to hear the verdict. Pick around to see when we see somebody that's actually with the family or where else in the courtroom come out because right now there's a lot of people that are going to tell you what they want to tell you just to get views or something like that, you know, to go viral. It's almost 5 p.m. y'all. It's not. 457 p.m. It's 4.57 p.m. y'all. Appreciate everybody sending gifts right now. We're at the federal courthouse. Appreciate everybody that's been watching the last two and a half weeks. We've been
Starting point is 04:39:50 here every single day covering the trial. And if you miss any a shout out to bad barbie bad barbie appreciate it appreciate you being in the chat I remember she was in the chat the first time I went live for the free dirt rally so appreciate you tuning in There are you all There's more and more people showing up every second More and more people showing up every minute It's electric out here right now
Starting point is 04:40:47 The energy is electric We're at the federal courthouse for the little jerk trial Energy is electric So I want to see what's going on This is in The verdict is in y'all The verdict is in So you can see a lot of the guards
Starting point is 04:42:18 A lot of the department of Homeland Security is is uh is getting active right now this is a little bit the verdict is over it's over it's over no no no no they're gonna come out the elevator no no they're gonna come out the elevator it's almost time for it's Let's get some blue hearts in the chats, man, for not guilty. Thank you for the goat. Thank you for the goat, dude. Thank you for the fat, dude.
Starting point is 04:43:11 I think for the road just that to change. Thank you for the road. You all, since the road, even once. Really, really got me out. He's talking. He's talking. He talked to me. Oh, excuse me.
Starting point is 04:43:34 B-H-D. Oh, you've got a crop walking over here. We have the Department of Homeland Security here. We have to be on that. City sidewalk. It's got a property. Keep moving back. You need to be on city sidewalk?
Starting point is 04:43:48 Yeah, which is pass those bars. All right. They're picking us off, moving to go to city sidewalk. All property. All property, guys. I don't think they could kick you off the federal courthouse building. The fuck? Not guilty, you go soon, chat.
Starting point is 04:44:12 Let's go. It's not public properties, sir. It's a federal building. This is the definition of public. Taxpayers pay for that damn building. What you mean is ain't public? Now, you might need to have some official business to be there, but, you know, yeah, they can't.
Starting point is 04:44:32 kick citizens off of a federal building? What the fuck of these things? Obviously, they're trying to do some crowd control, so they're just kind of saying anything, but just technically and legally, like, if you have official business at the federal building, they cannot, they cannot tell you to leave.
Starting point is 04:44:46 Watch any auditor who does this shit all the time. He's watching. What is that going to vote? Not guilty. He's a public. He said, he said, it's federal property. He said it's federal property. Like, federal isn't the, is the,
Starting point is 04:45:02 fucking government that responds to the people. There's the people who elect the government. Why are you acting like this is Walmart? This ain't Walmart, nigga. This is the federal government. It's the United States of America. Hey, brother, I never heard no federal property. This is public property.
Starting point is 04:45:26 We're going to declare a riot. They're going to declare a riot soon. What do you mean? We have a lot. The government is federal property. This is federal property. It's under GSA authority. All right.
Starting point is 04:45:48 So we have a lot of police that just showed up now. So the police is here now. A large crowd is gathered. So they're saying everybody has to be all. Yeah. I feel like they're violating the rights of the citizens who, number one, is the reason why they have overflow rooms in a courtroom. Even a court case is open to the public.
Starting point is 04:46:13 So what do you mean the public can be in the building or be on the property? I get it for crowd control. It's about to get wild, depending on what the verdict is. Either way, it's going to be wild. So I understand crowd control, but put some barricades up or something like that. Don't kick people off federal property when it's the people who pay taxes to make sure that this thing even exists. What are we talking about? Police showing up.
Starting point is 04:46:46 Real quick, by the way, real quick chat, as I said, as we wait for the verdict, again, you know, not that it matters that much, but we have hit a, we're running up the stream milestones. We've never hit this amount. We're at 155,000 people that's watching from all over the, world we have 31,000 people watching on the academy we have 45,000 people watching on kick and we have 74,000 people watching on king academics on YouTube so our YouTube viewership right now is 100,000 and on kick we have 45,000 um and on you actually Facebook we never even had 5,000 people on Facebook we got 5,000 people on Facebook so 154,000 people watching concurrently all over
Starting point is 04:47:35 different platforms All right also them saying everybody has to come off the federal property A lot more LAPD starting to show up Unless they bring it over to Monday I will see He'd be upstairs the whole time So we got a trap lore security walking out
Starting point is 04:48:05 Hey this this this nigga every time I see him he looks like straight out of the Call of Duty Call-up Beauty, like... Let's travel or off the security. You got to be a FBI agent or some shit. Somebody coming. Somebody here, I believe, from being right here. I got you.
Starting point is 04:48:35 I got you. I got you. Yeah. Oh yeah, yeah. All right, close. All right, yo, we're still waiting. I'm gonna try to stay as close as I can without them kicking me out. Everybody is here.
Starting point is 04:49:18 Everybody's just dumped up the screen. Let's get some blue hearts in the chat for a not guilty verdict. Yeah. So we're here. We're waiting for the little. Dirk verdict. So the way how they're doing the admissions,
Starting point is 04:49:55 obviously the family of not only the victims, but the accused they're going to get preferential treatment. Then there's going to be press. And there, you know, I know a lot of content creators, they go out here. I do want to encourage all my content creators who do, you know, obviously we have, there's a bunch of different cases
Starting point is 04:50:11 in hip-hop. And if you guys want to, this is just your, thing. Make sure you guys get your press passes. Make sure guys apply in time. This is Los Angeles. So if you needed three months in advance to apply for a press pass, you got to get fingerprinted all that. Trappalo Ross has one. So like he's going to make it in the courtroom. So he's going to be in the courtroom with Dirk. If you didn't have one of those, it's probably first come first served. They have a long line. Apparently, you know, the courtroom is big but not as big. It appears that there's a few overflow rooms that could watch it on a TV set up.
Starting point is 04:50:43 up. Remember someone actually tweeted out a picture of OTF Jam while he was on a stand, jamming the bull. So they're really cracking down on that. But the people who have press passes, I would imagine Megan Cunning Fuz's hair, she probably has one. And Taylor Parish, she probably has one, but Trappler does too. So they're going to file in, I think, just out of safety, it's looking like they're using some safety precautions ahead of whatever the verdict might be. So you can see they're trying to get people away from the doors. They're trying to get people off the property as much as they can. I'm pretty sure at some point, you know, you never know a riot police or maybe some barricades will be put in place.
Starting point is 04:51:23 Just to make sure there's some crowd control. And, of course, they're thinking about the jurors and also the family of the defendant and also the defendants and also the victim. Okay. So we're just kind of waiting here. He called the angry guard. Look at this guy. He's walking over here, like, ready to... Yeah, if anybody missed anything in the live,
Starting point is 04:51:53 I will be clipping it up and posting it on my page. So hit that follow button if you missed anything. Appreciate everybody tuning in. This is the Lil Dirk trial. So this is Lil Dirk's trial. The verdict is in. So we are just waiting to find out what that verdict is. If you've been watching the live, we saw India rush in, his wife.
Starting point is 04:52:20 We saw his family rush in. They confirmed there is a verdict. So they're only letting family in as they, you know, announce it. I want to be a little bit of useful here while, you know, we're waiting. Again, we can't do nothing but wait. As soon as we get word out, I'm on text with some of the people who are in court, I'll be one of the first to know. I'm pretty sure word will spread instantaneously around the courthouse.
Starting point is 04:53:05 I want to go back again real quick as we're waiting, okay? The verdict will be here, I would say probably within 10 minutes. Just hang out. We had a few notes from the jury, okay? We had a few notes from the jury, and I'm going to show you those. And this is why a lot of people thought the jury was extremely split. The first note that we got was the jury asking for digital copies of the evidence. Now, this was important.
Starting point is 04:53:34 This was important. This is a third note, not the first, but the first note, the jury asked for digital copies of the evidence. Now, remember this case was put on by the government, and it really weighed around the three cooperants. Okay, two were shooters, OTF jam, and also Keith Jones known as Flacco. Then there was OTF Vani, and Vani was the middle guy. the guy who was closest to Dirk, who supposedly would testify that Dirk told him to do these things, okay? The shooters supposedly did the things.
Starting point is 04:54:05 And the jury asking for digital evidence or evidence in digital form seems like they weren't trying to, you know, they're trying to go beyond what the cooperating says. You know, and there's some people that's in the school of thought when somebody snitches is over. But it looks like this jury wanted more evidence, and that's what their first note was about. Could we get the rest of the evidence in digital form?
Starting point is 04:54:31 They're not going to give a testimony in digital form. So it's not about what the cooperatives says. It was about the text messages. It was about flight records, financial records, all these other things. So that was the first note. Then we had two notes simultaneously. And the two notes, the second note said they were asking for verification and clarification of the jury instructions on page 20.
Starting point is 04:54:55 of the court instructions on number 18 at lines 24 really quickly. Again, I'm keeping, as soon as we have a verdict, I'm going to switch to it. I just want to make sure you guys understand what we know about the jury process thus far. So they were confused. Remember, it's taken three days. If you watch the Diddy trial, the Diddy trial took 13 hours. We're actually closer to 22 hours. So this took significantly longer than even the Diddy trial.
Starting point is 04:55:25 deliberation. What they were trying to talk about or they were interested in is on Instruction 18. And if we go to Instruction 18, here we go. It was on page 21. Sorry, I'm going to go to it real quick. Page 21. Page 21. Here we go. Instruction 18 was about the conspiring to commit stalking of Taekwon Bowman. Now, remember I told you, Taekworn Bowman. Now, remember I told you, Taekworn Kwondo Rondo was not hurt. Okay, he was not hurt. I'm going to show the live again. I'm sorry, you know, but I want to give you some, you know, some knowledge here.
Starting point is 04:56:07 Taekwam Bowman, Cuando Rondo was not shot. He was not hurt. And conspiracy for stalking of Kondo and the stalking of Kondo, given that there was a deadly weapon use, that's about 10 years. Right? The deep waters come into the person who died, Savaya Robinson, the stalking of him, and then the subsequent murder for hire that results in death. Okay. And according to how the statute is wrote via, you know, the U.S. criminal code, federal criminal code, in a murder for hire plot, it doesn't matter if you killed the right person. If it resulted in death, that would be an automatic life sentence, mandatory life.
Starting point is 04:57:03 The government did not elect to look for the death penalty, so the sentence would already be known without the judge saying it. Again, we talked about the few charges or the five charges. Again, there is, I'm going to keep going over. You have the conspiracy to stalk Cuando Rondo. Carries about 10 because of the deadly weapon enhancement. The stalking of Cuando Rondo. Oh, somebody, what is this?
Starting point is 04:57:55 Chat. We got no guilty. Chat. Oh, my God. Little Dirk is not guilty on all counts.
