I'm going to be able to try to pull them. And, you know, voice on that, we don't get through them transcripts. This is day two. OTF Jam, star witness is taking the stand. Well, in reality, I think the government look at OTF Vonny as their star witness. Jam is just to basically corroborate a lot of stuff. Jam is going to be, you know, he's also going to be a witness for the next case, but, you know, we're going to start hearing.

And I think we're going to hear shocking things. I expect Jam to admit I, I murdered Lilpop. I expect to hear him admit I murdered and we might hear other names. There's going to be objections flying left and right in that court because what Jam might say up there on that stand might elicit other cases and other murders that he may have committed in his mind on behalf of OTF and that does not, and it might not be charged in this case.

So if he gets up there and start freely speaking, I don't know if six, nine of it told you about when he took the stand. We'll call him later. I know some of you guys don't really like, you know, you feel like he's very anti-Dirks, so you don't want me to call him all the time. But he does have some expertise with cooperating, okay? Anyway, he said, he told me this actually off-flight,

and I'll bring it up, but he's back on line. He said, yo, act. He's like, man, these niggas ain't doing no wise or Woody. He said, act. I went to sleep. I slept two days in the prosecutor's office, my nigger. There's no playing with the government. You can't do that with the feds.

So, you know, he took the stand infamously. We're going to see a lot of people taking a stand. I expect to be a lot of objections. Because if OTF Jam get up there.

By the way, I don't know if you ever heard about the demeanor, the 6-9 took. 6-9 was a little bit nervous at first when he got up on a stand. Again, we'll call him and ask him about this. But apparently he gets into his bag. And according to the people that were in court in that proceeding, they say 6-9 start leaning back in the chair. And when he gets to leaning back in the chair, look like he got his feet up a little bit.

They said 6'9 was over there dropping 90. 90. Everybody was, you get it, you get it. It's over. 90. The 9th trade trial, they say 6'9 at a point. Lean back in the chair and the 6'9 of old came out on a stand. He started cracking jokes.

One point they mentioned Jim Jones. They say, yeah, Jim Jones is a rapper. And he says, I guess you could call him a rapper and he's joking everybody's laughing and people are laughing at Jim Jones in court

6 9 gave a comedy special up on that stand now if Jam gets up on that stand today and he might be nervous at first but you know they probably gave him a pep talk this morning hey boy check this out

So I think for the first little bit, he's going to be a little bit nervous, but I think he's going to get that job done. He's going to be up there singing. He might even sing extra credit. There are some other topics that's going on pretty relevant in the hip-hop space. People are still scrutinizing or speculating about Drake's album coming out. Joey Badass. Hey, listen, I keep telling you, yeah, chicks got to stay with your cheater. Joey Badass just got outed by his fiancé. She's called off the relationship and obviously the wedding. She has exposed him for cheating, and there's a whole scandal because there's mad of other women who are coming out. Like, oh, yeah, I was fucking him.

Joey probably admitted or wanted to be in a relationship. He wanted to be with her. He probably told her he was going to be an argument. But at this point, trust me, even with myself, I don't even blame my, I don't blame none of my exes for none of my past situations. I blame me.

You got to take accountability at that point. People show you who they are. You go into a situation. You see the type of person they are. You ignore it for whatever reason. You think they could change. You think you could change them. Shit doesn't work out.

You get hurt. You get salty or whatever. Don't run to the net and play victim. All right? So me, I think people who choose cheaters should accept their cheater. If you like a cheater and you keep getting cheaters and you pick that man and he'd been cheating on you for a couple of years, now y'all got a kid. I love Gilly. So I'm not trying to make light of a situation. And that's the problem with, like, someone like 6-9, because I don't think 6-9 like nobody. So when you see maybe a conversation to be had, you also hope you're not being disrespectful. I thought about it 10 times for a post of that video where 6-9 was. was actually questioning Gilly. His thing was Gilly is turned up, sang to back again where King Vaughn was dissing other people's dead kids

and people who got shot. And when Gilly made the video, basically saying his son was a victim of gun violence, to 6'9, he was saying those two are incompatible. You can't celebrate the same thing that's making another mom cry, and then now you're the person crying and you expect some sympathy or something else.

I don't think Gilly wanted sympathy. I think he was sent a, the message. We could talk about it. 50 and Rick Ross, they're still going to stop. They're stopping at all. Rick Ross, 50, the beef is getting personal. They're still talking about the shoe release from G unit. Ross is talking about the music. You know, 50. I think he was aiming a shot at Jay when it was just like, you can't be the hottest at 60. Well, Jay hasn't dropped yet. We haven't had an official confirmation that he is about to drop. Where the cop basically looks at him and says, you're the reason why all this shit happened. You're the fucking dummy. You're the retarded guy who made this all happen. And they walked out the room. He stood up. Then they came back and then choked his ass out. Okay.

I wanted to do an update on the Lindsay. the, what's that story with the white woman who just killed her kids? We should get an update on that. Isn't that that verdict stage? And Traplow Ross got put in a very tough position. You know, obviously this idea of snitching is very pervasive. But I want to be clear, Traplow Ross, in what I saw in his report, and he didn't say Dirk was snitching. He kind of said the truth. But people are sensitive because, you know what it is? People won't admit it. Niggas just know Dirk's the real-ass nigger.

Like niggas know Dirk isn't like the rest of them And it's a reason why he's taking this to the box He's either gonna get free or he's gonna get life You know he's not telling And I think because of that Even trying to sully his name Because Dirk honestly is living the life That every gangston hip hop claimed they live

The niggas he had problems with He got him shot allegedly The niggas who did something to his people He got him killed allegedly and now he's caught, he's standing tall. He's not weaseling and saying, no, give me a deal. And that's what, you know, when people started to say that yesterday, keep in mind, this is federal court.

You don't get credit by pointing an elbow. You don't get credit by dry snitching. If you don't completely become the government's bitch and get that 5K1 letter, which means you're going to be a queen for a day, you get to do all your immunity shit, you admit to all your crimes, and they parade you around in front of jury and jury and jury

until they're done with a queen for a day. all their cases. And then even after that, they give you about 10 years because that's what they would do with Dirk if you wanted to cooperate, if there was a deal on the table, which might not be because Dirk was the main target. But that's what cooperation looks like. Cooperation doesn't look like another niggatel on you saying, oh yeah. And, you know, I want to hammer this home again. Vani admitted the crime happened. There's a dead body. So it's not like there's a missing body. There is a dead body. And there is multiple people. One's a shooter. Actually, there's going to be two shooters that's going to be on the stand saying, yes, the crime that happened of this

guy getting killed, we killed him. Vani's saying, yes, I participated in getting them killed. They're admitting an entire crime. They're just added on to the end of it, but Dirk told me to. So that's why Dirk has to defend himself by saying, Hey, if you guys are looking for a crime, they just admitted to the crime. Vani said he did that. The killer said he did that. What does he got to do with Dirk?

It seems like the government just wants to connect a bunch of guilty motherfuckers to Smirkio because he got that paper and he's popular. That's not snitching in my book. Again, I'm not a street dude. I'm not here to defend his reputation, but I told you it's called an alternary theory defense, which, remember, the aim in court is to get reasonable doubt.

Once, you know, they have to prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt. And if there's reasonable doubt, the judge is going to be instructed. The judge is going to instruct the jurors to vote not guilty. So you know how you get that reasonable doubt? You actually could do it in many different ways, right? You could just basically give an alibi. An alibi is going to be like, well, how did you say I robbed the store at 8 o'clock? I was balls deep in my bitch on, I don't know, Melrose at some shit, like, and it's caught on camera by my bedroom cam.

I can't be in two places at one. That's called an alibi. Okay. Now, you could also basically argue that there was never a crime committed. Okay? That happens a lot. David's team, in his case, was starting to flirt with that idea. How do I mean flirt with that idea?

Well, start flirting with the idea by saying, well, if you guys can't produce a full body, where's a murder weapon? That's where you start getting to those questions? Well, where's the murder weapon? Well, you said he died. Well, the medical examiner says the cause of death was a 2-23. I don't have. Only have handguns. I only have handguns that shoot 9mm.

So there's many different ways, right? So, you know, sometimes you could just doubt the crime. You could doubt the cause of death. There's a lot of different ways But you've got to go on with a strategy You got to go into court with strategy You just don't go in there be like Oh let's see what's happening now

No there's a strategy for everything We saw the strategy with Diddy The strategy here is that Okay, they're relying on two big witnesses Jam and Vonny to take him down Okay Jam and Vonie is being relied upon And they both admitted that they did the crime

So you know what Durkey's going to do Yo if you're looking for the criminals They're up there understand they're trying to get out of it after they confessed. My clients never confessed. Dirk has never confessed. He's never given a statement. Oh, he rapped about it.

Well, historically, rappers have rapped about crimes that other people have done. It's art. You use whatever excuse. But the point is, Dirk's, and I'm pretty sure his defense team probably sat down and came up with this. One of their best chance of trying to do this is using the alternate theory defense. Okay?

So he's not going to fight that there wasn't a crime that happened. He's not going to fight that someone didn't die as a result of gunshots. He's actually not even going to fight that these guys who are on the stand, admitting it, maybe they didn't do it. He can't even do that. They already said, we did it. So his way of trying to wiggle out of this is saying, number one, I had no knowledge.

Number two, let's take all the evidence you guys gave us in discovery and let us reinterpret it and just explain it to the jury that there is no more people in this conspiracy. The conspiracy stops with the people that's on the stand. It's only them. Okay, so you said you shot him, you said you shot him, you said you bought the guns in the duct tape and this and a third and the gloves. Okay, so our defense is going to be, hey, jury, we're not even. saying we know there's a by the way dirt's durs lawyer said that they admitted that there was a tragic crime that happened but then they say according to all the the evidence the people

responsible for for the shit are the ones who are already confessed so what are we doing let dirt go home and they got already confessed take them okay so that's his defense all right we're gonna hop into some early morning updates here and see what is going on okay here we go trap lore First, we got, you know, trap Diddy. Realistically, YSL Woody being an unreliable witness and getting his credibility that he trashed, mainly by Brian Steele and his team, is what basically saved Young Thug. I've always said it. I've said it numerous times, even though people don't like me saying it,

that Wysel Woody saved Young Thug. Young Thug wouldn't be out here in the world, walking around free with a tank top on, you know what I'm saying, talking about this person's a rat, that person's a rat. If it wasn't YSL Woody, King Rat, all right? And YSell Woody don't like me, but it is what it is, man. We're just being honest about what's going on out here in the public space. So allegedly Jam is going to be testifying today. I'm hearing that it is going to be Absolutely wild. This might be the craziest day of the whole trial. I don't know how long it's going to go on for.

Okay, let me pause while he mentioned Wysel, what is very important that I kind of give the context. Number one, the state does stuff very different from the feds. So the feds get you to plead guilty. They seal all your documents. They have you buy the balls. And if you play around in court, you fucked yourself up. You didn't fuck them up.

Okay? They're not going to go with one witness. Here's the issue and here's a problem that was for the Fulton County. Fulton County, one of the main witnesses that got the RICO kind of drummed up. And even though he probably doesn't like to admit this was Woody. Woody went up in there, whether it was lying or not, he spun a bunch of tails up in the interrogation room. They were because a lot of people died, they didn't have direct evidence. They were relying on Woody to get this shit off.

Now, here's the thing about Woody. Here's the thing about Woody. Woody basically told him, I'm not doing it. You could just send me to jail. Time was running out. So they did the dumbest thing possible. They gave Woody and he said also obviously his lawyers went and said, you know, plead the fifth and, you know, he doesn't want to incriminate himself.

They gave him some wild ass immunity. And when they gave him the wild ass immunity, they have no more leverage over him. He just has to testify. Okay. Now, the thing is he doesn't get graded on his testimony. He just gets graded that he testified. That's the thing.

When you go through the feds, you don't get the results until after everybody goes to jail. Woody got his immunity deal before. You see what the problem was? So Woody gets to get the piece of paper in his back pocket, get up there and play with him. Essentially, Jam and Bonnie,

they have no assurance by the government. Actually, they pled guilty to life in prison because the charge that they have pled guilty to in a seal file is life in prison. So they're not going to go over there. They wouldn't be gambling with the government's case. They would be gambling with their life. Fulton County was in a shitty position. Woody just had them out of balls.

Like they couldn't make the case without him. They couldn't make the case without him. They thought Woody was the person to get them to thug. They couldn't make the case without him. They had to do that. They hoped that he was going to hold it down. But he was playing games in, in the interrogations.

They would find out this is a lie, that's a lie. And then they thought threatening him with the idea of being a snitch. Like, how do you think those videos came out first? They wanted to basically get him to not still do this double dutch. Hey, everyone knows the interrogation footage is out. You're a snitch. And Woody went up there,

and this is why you see people like Rallo saying, Woody saved the day. Now, yeah, Woody saved the day, but it's like me, me setting the house on fire, then me saving you from the burning crib. Okay. Give you a little credit. You made sure you save me,

I would think that he's got to be up there a while because he's basically the star witness, and I don't think that there's really any other way that they can, you know, take this case all the way without jam support so I'm very curious I know there's a lot of people mad at me today about the whole thing yesterday with you know dirt blaming everything on Voni I might do a quick little update about that in a minute but

the end of the day don't get mad at me facts don't care about your feelings at the end of the day that is what happened all right there was a whole bunch of stuff put on Bonnie and you know jam is basically going to add to it Voni's going to take the stand events eventually and look I do agree with a lot of what people are saying you know Dirk's doing what he's supposed to do. If Vony is completely copping to all the crimes and organized and everything, he got to point the finger back at him. It would be dumb for him to stay solid and say,

oh, I don't know, I'm not going to put anything on Vony, but I don't know what happened. That would be dumb. That wouldn't be such a good defence. It wouldn't get him anywhere. So it is what it is, man, but everybody's anticipating a wild day of testimony from OTF jam. It is going to be wild.

that nobody else is talking about was that when Dede's lawyer had his opportunity to speak in the opening statement and it was said that basically, you know, anything that the other lawyers unless people opt out of it, unless Brian Steele and Drew Findlay opt out of what Didi or Lindsay's lawyer are saying, they all agree with it. So in the opening statement, Didi's lawyer said that Vony was a sophisticated criminal that was part of an international car theft ring and he had ties to the cartel. Now look, I don't think nothing is snitching at the end of the day. You've got to do what you've got to do. But they're talking about, hey, Voni has got ties to the cartel. Now, I ain't heard about no ties to the cartel until that.

They're putting stuff on Bonnie that I hadn't heard before. Now, I would love to know what the evidence is that Voni has ties to the cartel. Is that something that Vony said? Is that something that Dirk and Dede's lawyers dug up? I didn't hear any protest from, you know, any of Dirk's main lawyers that they didn't want to be part of this information being included in the opening statement that Voni was tapped in with the cartels. You need a ride from the airport. You don't get an Uber. Party bus. you up. That's the life that Didy was living in and tried to develop his career. So when he got on that plane on August 18th, he had been told about it just a few hours before, which was standard. And when you travel for these opportunities, there's often an entourage. You invite friends. That's what Didi did. Didi invited Keith Jones and others to come. Wow. By the way, this is important.

That means Didi's jumping ahead of what the prosecutors are going to use to say, you recruited. So Didi is now saying, I didn't recruit nobody. I had my entourage. because I'm a rapper. But he's admitting that he invited Keith Jones is one of the killers. Okay. And Keith Jones is going to testify. So Keith Jones is going to testify later. Didi, you know you invited me, nigga.

Stop playing. So now what the government has identified as recruitment. Oh, see? It's simply recreation. It's forwarded and identified information through a text message so someone could board a flight. It's not recruitment. Not evidence was show Didi did not know about grants plan before getting on that plane.

So again, now we have Didi's lawyer. also throwing it on Vani. Now, you've heard extensively. I'm going to shorten it because I don't want to repeat. But Mr. Grant had the motive that means the opportunity to carry out his vendetta for the death of King Vonn against Cuando. He's engaged with a, hold on, he's a sophisticated criminal. Engaged with an international car ring. He has connection to cartels.

He has wealth and he got a lot of opportunities. He took his first opportunity in Blackshire, Georgia, Georgia. in May 2021. He was unsuccessful. You'll hear extensively from what the government's about to say happen in Blackshare. But what you won't hear is that Didi had any role to do with that attempt. He wasn't present. He wasn't planning.

He didn't participate. He didn't pursue it because Didi has no vendetta against Cuando Rondo. But you know who does? Vani. All of that. So the next opportunity that Vani saw when he learned that Kwanda was in Los Angeles, he went to Instagram. He found out where his hotel was.

He orchestrated the same playbook he did in Blackshare. He got the guns. He got the stolen car. He got the mask. He set everything up. The only person he needed for the plan was Casey Hester and Jam. No, it was Casey Hester, which is Jam. Sorry.

Was Jam. Now, you will learn that even though Mr. Grant was relying on Jam, Jam didn't know about the plan. Now, just like Wilson, Jam was with OTF trying to make his own music career like Wilson. Wow, they're kind of defending Jam here. Jam would go on trips with OTF last minute jump on a plane not know where he's going sometimes it's a concert sometimes it's for security and just like Didi Jam got on a plane in LA didn't know what was going on now before Dedy cut a deal

no not Dita not before um jam cut a deal before jam got any benefits before he takes this before he interviews multiple times he was recorded and he was asked repeatedly and he said he didn't know before he got to allay that was the plan you will learn that DDI has met with the FBI We're continuing to learn more But at least over 30 times Including some of the prosecutors here today Who will make the decision of what type of reduction in sentence You'll get in the vast majority of those we've counted

Three only three of the over 30 were actually recorded So we don't know what was said But when he was recorded and he didn't have a deal He didn't have the prosecutors involved He said he didn't know He didn't know about the plot before So now it brings us to the second point which is that Mr. Wilson was not needed for Grant's plan.

Because even though Jam didn't know about Grant's plan, Vani knew that Jam's background, he was a violent individual's entire life. When he's not, when he's not, when he's out of custody, he's robbing, he's shooting, he's murdering people. When he's in custody, he's beating their ass. He's treating them. I'll phone him grave.

So Vani was counting on OTF Jam's violent background and knew that Jam would be all too willing to help him carry out his plan. Now, indeed he arrived. Everything was normal. It was a standard OTF trip. He got picked up in a party bus. They drove to L.A. They take a view of the L.A. skyline.

But that's where it detoured. When they met up with Vani, they weren't at a music studio. They would met with a machine gun and mask. You would learn that Vani. and also Keith Jones, they went for the guns. They picked him up, and they picked up the mask.

It wasn't Dedy who picked up these things, and that may surprise you that Keith Jones would actually do that, right? But it's not at all. Okay, as I pointed out, Jam and Jones go all the way back to Juvie Hall. He knew him from the mud, okay? That's his heart.

They were, when they were together, they were beaten up fellow inmates together, their ties run deep. And they were both fond of participating, but not Didi. Dedy is now in L.A. trap with armed individual. He's not at home. He doesn't have his own transportation,

so he doesn't pick up a gun. He doesn't drive the stolen car. He's a passenger, a passenger in the BMW. Now, the other reason we know Mr. Wilson was not needed for Vani's plan is what happened on the morning of the murder. On August 19th, this important time frame that morning.

Jam calls Vani at 8 o'clock to pick him up from the hotel. Vani drives over, picks up Jam. He grabs Jam, and Jam grabs his gun and Jam grabs his mask. The two head downtown where the hotel is, and I'm sorry,

and a far corner that's where Universal Studios is. They're shown an exhibit. So they drive down to downtown LA to carry out their mission to attack Kwando Rondo. Didi, who the government is going to claim that Didi helped orchestrate and plan this, he was at a hotel 30 minutes away.

They arrived downtown. Vani Jam, ready to kill Kwondo. Jam is eager. He can't wait to catch another body. But when when Jam, no, when Vaughney tells him to stop, to hold off, it's too risky. Jam is mad, he's angry. He's not only angry that he doesn't get to carry it out, but he's angry that

Dedy is all the way back at the hotel not participating. So Mr. Houston goes back. He picks up, he picks up, um, Mr. Jones, Keith Jones, Mr. Wilson and Mr. Lindsay. He brings them back. Mr. Wilson doesn't get a gun. Didi no gun. He doesn't get a mask. He doesn't get into the vehicles where the shooters exited from.

He gets into the passenger seat of the BMW. So the final point is that Didi did nothing to make Grants. Sorry, Bonnie's plan happened. Vani was able to carry out his attack with Didi having zero role. Bonnie planned. He orchestrated. He funded the shooting. Jam and Keith Jones, they shot Cuando Rondo's SUV at the gas station and they killed Saviari Robinson.

Now, you're going to hear a lot of evidence about Instagram and text messages. And I really want you to focus on the timing, okay? Because the government will not, they'll not point to a single text message or Instagram or direct message post where Mr. Wilson is seen talking about having or wanting to carry out revenge about Cuando Rondo or even having animosity whatsoever. Now, they're going to point out retroactively that, you know, that things that they will claim is a conscious of guilt, right? The judge gives them five minutes, so you'll have. So, thank you for that. And they point to in and out. It's no question that D.D.D. was at in and out.

It's his favorite fucking restaurant. Gary was getting a double, double animal-style fries. And 45 minutes after these individuals have shot up an SUV and expended multiple rounds, there was nowhere else for D.D. to go. So you will watch and you will see that Didi acted as you would expect anyone in those circumstances to act. Normal as possible. The government will present some of the videos and messages post this event to suggest that Wilson is admitting to this crime. And I, well, we, we welcome the opportunity to address that. But I ask you to wait and look at the entirety and the facts and not at the government's gloss.

In reality, Didi did not commit a crime because he didn't commit a crime. A crime. At the end of the case, the evidence will show Didi was a passenger. Dedy did not plan it. Dedy was not prepared for it. And Dedy did not participate. And we ask that when you review all the evidence, you reach the only just verdict in this case, which is not fucking guilty. Thank you.

And I think they're doing that shit so that if the jurors do look on the internet and look at Quando Rondo, I think they're trying to put some type of sympathy on him. That's me personally. That's just what I believe. Because why aren't y'all calling him goddamn Kwondo Rondo? I mean, why aren't y'all type Wayne Bowman at all?

But it is what it is. So the cop on the stand left off at the gas station. He went for the call laws. He got Jems' IG and Jems' number. He got Jim's location. He had the calls that he had with Vani and Jem's phone. They had calls with Didi and Vani. They got cell site from cell phones.

Aza and Jail flew in together. The cops said Vani's number wrong. And then the cop clears up the number. for the deaf fans again. See, the fans are saying shit like this. Oh, we're letting in Exhibit 30, but it was 33. But the cop says, yeah, it was Exhibit 30. And then the fans that cleaned up and say Exhibit 33.

Now, his defense team is going to have to do a good job of, you know,

really plain victim to say, well, these other guys at guns, they wanted him to at least be present, even if he wasn't with the plan or not. And he clearly wasn't with the plan because he didn't do anything, right? But you're going to, what Dede's going to try to get out of this, is how that girl got out of that case with Julio Fulio. She said her boyfriend was abusive. She was scared.

She said she just went with her boyfriend. She was just down for the trip. She would go with her boyfriend anywhere. Didn't mean she agreed to a crime. She actually got manslaughter because of that. They gave some more information. We ended yesterday after we kind of heard all of the updates about, you know, we saw the surveillance footage inside the gas station convenience store. We saw the shooting as it happened.

But this time, we saw a whole bunch of extra stuff. And really, we heard a lot about the cars, right? It was here, don't be talking about we on them cars. Well, apparently they was really on them cars. Now, the BMW that Voni was driving, was hiding two blocks away, about seven minutes walk away, two blocks driving from when the murder happened. But what's crazy is we actually heard that it's likely that when Cuondo Rondo's car fled the scene after the shooting, it might have actually driven

right past where Voni's BMW was hiding. But you know what's even more crazy? It wasn't entirely clear before exactly what was going on. We know that that BMW had gone to and from Dirk's house a whole bunch of times, but they revealed Voni was trying to be slick. He basically allegedly had driven that BMW, all right, from two blocks down the street after seeing Cuondo Rondo's cargo past. He went and parked the BMW somewhere in Hollywood.

And you know what he did? He then got an Uber directly to Dirk's house from where he left the car and they know where he left the car. So that's not really a great look to be honest with you guys. That's not looking too good for Voni. So right after that, all right? That's basically what we ended up seeing was everybody linked up at In and Out before Bonnie ditched the car.

But apparently quite literally minutes before, as the alleged killers were walking into in and out to go and get a burger. The flights home was suddenly booked. They suddenly, someone from Dirk's team allegedly booked the flights. It was connected to his Amex account. And basically, I thought that was Co-conspirator 3. We still don't know who that is. They haven't named them yet, huh?

They're probably going to put them on a stand. Saying that the flights were booked and then the killers had it in and out, and then they flew back to Chicago. Ooh, a whole bunch of them together. So what they've done, what they've established, uncontested facts about the murder, uncontested that Vani and some of these other cooperators did this. You could see it on camera. And uncontested that Vani's rental car was at this home occupied by Dirk

banks. That that, there was a narrative. out there, I heard that, oh, Dirk had flown out to L.A. at the time of, no, he was already in L.A. He was based in L.A. He was operating out of L.A. like many entertainers do with the rental home and his wife and his kids all staying there with him. So all, a good day for Dirk. It's not anywhere where he was really hurt. I thought actually the one part, the investigator tried to put a line and a thought into the jury's head. The way the cops got their hands on GPS records showing the movements of the white BMW that OTF Vani rented and used in this murder is remarkable. So the cops got a search warrant for the rental car company to go seize the car. They seize the car. They start, you know, trying to get their hands on the onboard computer and diagnostics to get any information they can. Time goes by.

They got nothing. And the rental car company owner calls and says, when am I going to get my car back? Say, hey, it's going to be a while. We're still trying to get some stuff. This is a serious case. Rentz car company guy goes, hey, by the way, I got GPS trackers on all my cars. I could give you that data. You can see everywhere where the car has been.

Oh, really? They didn't even subpoenaed that. He went and handed it over, gets his car back. The GPS tracker is huge. shows the movements of that car, makes it absolutely clear that they were following Cuando that that car was there at the scene of the shooting. And the car goes to and from quite often over the course of 10, 12 days, the resonance that Dirk Banks is staying at. This is going to be a problem for Dirk. Dirk's lawyers have obviously previewed it. And they don't deny the connection

to OTF Vani. They readily acknowledge that OTFani was an employee of Dirk. He did a lot of work for Dirk and his companies. Ultimately, what they're going to stand on is he did not pay Vani or order Vani to go and execute and orchestrate this murder. How will that play look? I think it's going to come down to how good OTIF Vani's testimony is, whether the cross-examination tears into pieces. And ultimately, if Dirk Banks has to take the stand to tell the other side of the story and explain to the jury that, yes, I'm very close to this person.

Alleged text messages from Little Dirk took center stage this morning at the Little Dirk trial. Let me break it down for you. What you see behind me is, is an illustration that I just made.

So the message starts and Steele goes, all right, detective, this is Dirk Bank sending some type of Instagram link to the person. The text's like, yeah, okay. And then Steele's like, well, what did he send him? What's this link about? And the text's like,

I don't know. He's like, oh, you didn't look? He's like, nah, okay. Not very good investigation work for one of the most, if not the most critical text messages in the whole. case. And then he says, Dirk Banks, steel goes, all right, Dirk's next message, he's still going to post, okay? What's that about the tech? The text, he's like, I don't know. Okay, then he says, I'm going to fall back off this shit. What's that about detect? He's like, I don't know. Okay. Then he says, blood. What's that about detect him? So Steele did a great job showing that for what is the most important text message conversation in this trial potentially or probably the detective can't even give you the context of all these posts and statements that are made in and around that.

And then Steele suggested, hey, did you ever look to see if they were talking about some other flights? And the guy's like, no, I don't know. In my opinion, if I were a juror, I'd be looking at that going, okay, well, what was it about? I'd really want to know what it was about. And if you told me what it was about, I would say the government is full of fucking, you know what. I just said the F, but I didn't say the S. So it goes. They're looking over their shoulders, looking around.

They kind of looking mad shifty, looking out the windows as if they thinking, yo, I hope the cops don't turn up any second. That was kind of crazy on its own. But then like in addition to that, they're all on their phones. They're all looking at their phones sharing things, looking at each other. Jam's talking on the phone for an extended period of time. It looks a little bit like Didi's kind of looking at Jam's sort of like, hey, why are you talking on the phone? But they're all looking at their phones.

Now, they didn't say this yet, but it did give you the impression that perhaps that was what they were looking at on their phones inside in and out, because they said that the TMZ reporter had been dispatched immediately to the scene after Cuondo was on the street screaming no.

That's how it was all captured on video. They're apparently amateur videographers, TMZ reporters. Everybody was all there trying to get their little clip. And it's honestly dark, to be honest with you, to think that somebody gets killed and, you know, their friend is screaming no on the side of the street. And people's first thought is to get the camera out and film. TMZ's first thought is to send somebody down there. That's honestly dark. But anyway, it did seem like that might be what they were looking at.

And then there was a whole back and forth about this supposed message that Dedi had sent tagging Kwondo Rondo. Now they're saying that actually no, he was just resharing another post, but still didn't look good. And the reason that document is crazy is because it's the Astrosound's contract. but it's been Ola al-Baga saying that's the press manager I mean that's the president manager and the organizer and it's not signed by little Dirk and Bryce still brings that up he's like there's no proof little Dirk knew about the MX cards he didn't sign it or any of that shit so then Brian still brings up Dirk's name was used by Vani but nobody used the cards but Vani so we found out only Bonnie is the one using these freaking cards bro so says, tell the jury, and he says this shit to the jury, because he's not looking at the jury

when he's testified. So it says, Jason Smith used the cards to buy flights, and then Brian still says, what text did you see for the fights? Then the cop walks right into this where it says, don't book no flights for my name on it. Brian still says, we'll get to that. But no others. The cop says, no. So Brian still says, did you see Vani and Smith calls? And then, um, playing phone tag and all this shit and Brian still like, I mean the cop like, yeah. Brian still like, William Malcolm was supposed to come and didn't.

And they're like, yeah, but Dirk never called William Malcolm at all. You don't see any freaking calls between him. Then you see 817, 819, 820, Jim and Dirk ain't speak on the phone. And that's important because of what we said earlier about the cop, I mean, about Jim saying, bro, hey man,

I talked to, I talked to Dirk the day before flew out or the day that I flew out. And he just basically walked into that and was like, nah, that actually, I didn't see no cause between that. And then basically the cops say, I know Dirk Banks' names was used to buy the fight fights. And then they bring

They said viral went viral very quickly after this happened. And this is all alleged. This is all the prosecution asking Detective Carius. And he is speculating what he. Wait, give me one second. Did we miss?

Okay. Let me read all her updates real quick. Her update starting today. She said, uh, the energy in the room changed once Brian Steele began crossing their opening statements on Monday. The defense actually highlighted many interviews that the cooperators did. They weren't recorded. Steele's focus on this today. He points out that OTF Jam, who was expected to testify today,

he was interviewed 30 times, but only three were recorded. Carias, he was present five times with Keith Jones. Only one was recorded. And Carers was present during 10 with Vani and Grant, which is Vonnie. was never recorded. They believe that this is due to U.S. attorney procedure, okay? This was the, I think, the agent, okay? So the agent was testifying that the reason why I didn't record it

or why those things prior were not recorded was because of the U.S. attorney procedure. So obviously, Vonny, not Vonny, I mean, Jam, when they said that he met 30 times, probably the majority of that is meeting with the AUSAs as they prepared for trial. still asked carers if the if the best most accurate way to get interviews is through audio recording carius says yes carius testified that he records his own interviews steel acts if this was because

carrius knew this was the best way carers says yes steel also asked if it was possible that there was motivation to put innocent people away because cooperators such as grand and vani so navani and jam knew they were facing life in prison the detective says it's possible people in the gallery we're saying, hmm, not in their heads. Okay, so they're saying like them, Brian Steele, he hit a corner three. That was a corner three. Easy corner three, but, uh, Brian Steele, he gets the detective, which is a government witness to admit and also a witness, uh, uh, witness that's a cop that is very intimate or dealt with this case a lot. That witness admits, yes, we do understand that it's a possibility.

So I just wanted to go over a couple of notes that I took for the first half the day when I came for lunch. But we picked right back up with the prosecution asking Detective Corpus questions.

And one of the things, a few things that we learned today was that something we speculated yesterday, those of us who were in the gallery, was that there was an image of, there was a body that came, flew out of the escalade where Fondo Rondo was in, where the victim got shot. And today it was confirmed that someone did jump out of that front scene. That was Carlos Johnson. He jumps out of the escalade and he runs away from the scene. So we see that happen in the video. I think that's the driver. So the driver just ran from the scene. It's like, fuck this.

Yo, they're here to kill y'all niggas. Not me. I'm out. I'm out. Yo, the driver turned to a runner. The driver said, fuck this. Pieces, deuces. I'm out of there.

No, of course. We miss Lauren. We got to get Lauren in there. Lauren, baby. you at. We also ate. We also saw in that video that was shown yesterday where the victim was then called out of the crime and attempted to be recessed. We also saw in and out footage of the shooter, the alleged shooters. We saw Wilson, Hester, Jones, and Lindsay. They're on their

phones. They're joking around. And that was a point that the prosecution really wanted to make. They were laughing with each other. They were cajoling. They were showing each other's phones off, like reading from their phones. So the prosecution and Detective Carius alleged possibly they were looking at the news because there was a TMZ video. They said viral went viral. Now, granted, they don't know that they don't, they ain't kill Cuando yet. So they're probably refreshing.

They're trying to see if there's any rumors about the shooting. They're probably also waiting to hear that whoever was in the car, everybody died. You know, like obviously they want Cuando dead, but, you know, I'm pretty sure these guys are not like, oh, no, let's only kill Cuando. They were like, naked. Whoever is in the car, everybody gets Swiss cheese. Fuck it. Very quickly after this happened.

And this is all ledge. This is all the prosecution asked him, Detective Karias, and he is speculating what he believes. They may have been talking about as they're joking in this in and out. They did order food after, very quickly after the shooting occurred at the mobile gas station. We also have a little bigger, clear of an idea of where Grant possibly was after the shooting. It says the BMW that was rented by Grant at the BEM Exotics. That BMW had a GPS tracker on it.

So after it was parked about a seven minute walk away from the mobile gas station where the shooting occurred. And then driven towards the direction of the infinity, which is the stolen car that the shooters were in. And once that BNW goes to in and out, Grant gets out, the alleged shooters get out. So we're not quite clear how people got into the infinity. There's a little bit of confusion on a possible vehicle slop or people meeting at some point in between the shooting and the visit to in and out. But we do know Grant gets back in that

BMW. The BMW GPS shows the BMW going to Aqua Vista Street in Hollywood, where he then takes an Uber to the house that Dirks manager was renting. We also had to watch that TNC video that went viral in court today. That has a better image of Juano Rondo screaming no as his cousin lies on the ground. Mrs. Robinson, the mother of the victim, was in the room at that time. And the judge shows a lot of concern for her when he's showing these videos, checking in, making sure she's been informed, this is about to be played, so that she's not caught off guard by these very things that are very traumatic to watch, I'm sure. What else do happen today?

We have the prosecution showing messages on Instagram that Wilson sent, who's also known as OTFDD, Dandre Wilson. He sent a video around that allegedly referred to Wando Rondo after the shooting, and there are laughing emojis that were sent. But this is noted on cross-examination that he did not write the text in this video, he just sent this video and these were people's responses to him sending this video. We did not get to see what this video is. I'm going to work into it later today and see if I can find out. So at the end of the prosecution asking Detective Kira, Karias, about these questions,

Brian Steele comes on the scene and the mood immediately shifted. Brian Steele is very confident. The side that I was sitting on was primarily Dirk and his team. family and friends. And so they were very excited to see what Brian Steele was going to bring to the table and going to poke holes in the prosecution's case. And he did poke holes in the prosecution's case. One thing that he did immediately was one of these cooperators that have been talked about. And that is Brandt who alleged the defense is alleging orchestrated everything, not Lilderk. Grant and then as along with oh Hester who also, I believe is, yes, Hester who is going to be also testifying for the prosecution. He brings them up, this tells him cooperators and then talks

about how they were interviewed time and time and time again, but their interviews were hardly reported. So he brings up the exact number of times, not necessarily that they were interviewed, but that Detective Carius was in the room when they were interviewed. He brings up that Hester was interviewed 30 times, but only three were recorded. Carius said, I do not recall. Brian also brought up that Detective Carius was present five times with Keith Jones, and only one of those times recorded. And he asks Detective Carius, who makes this decision?

Why would you record? Detective Carius said, yes, I always record. my interviews. So Brian Steele countered why were these not recorded? Why were these very important interviews not recorded? And Detective Carius claims or alleges that it's a U.S. attorney procedure. So the prosecution's procedure is what Brian Steele clarified. The prosecution was meeting with these people and not reporting what was being said. So Grant met in the room with Detective Carius 10 times. And he was never recorded is what Brian Steele said. And he asks Detective Carius why, why would she, multiple times, why would you not record?

He's trying to clarify like, why were these in plans he was not being recorded. And Detective Carius says, I can't say, I always report. He reiterated that. And Brian said, do you think that's, because you know that's the best way. That's the best way to get, he said pure, what is being said that's pure. That's the best way to record. And Detective Caria says, yes, he agrees with that. Brian Steele's exact quote is, your preference is to have it pure.

And Detective Carius said yes. So then Brian Steele brings up the point that these people who are cooperating, these cooperators, Grant and Hester, they are being charged themselves. They have already pleaded guilty. They know they face a life in prison. They've decided, they've been caught. They are in fear of living out the rest of their lives in prison is what Steele highlights. And Detective Carius says, yes, this is true.

And Brian Steele confirms they're in a really bad position. And Steele further states, it could be possible that there is motivation to put innocent people behind bars. And Detective Carius says it is possible. So during that time, everyone in the room is really excited, lots of head nods, lots of, yeah, lots of mm-hmms. So people were really really rooting for Brian Steele in this cross-examination. Another thing that was talked about a lot was astronaut sound, this company where these flights were purchased. And Brian Steele points out that though Dirk is a manager, he was a manager of this company that had an LLC. The thing that Brian Steele was trying to point out is

there's no proof that Dirk knew he was a manager. We're shown a document by the prosecution, but the signature on that form is a guy named Olo, and I'm going to forget his, Ola, I'm going to forget his last name at this time that I, it's in my tweets previously, but he signed this document. Lil Durk, Dirk Banks has never signed this document. So Brian Steele really hammered down the point that Dirk's signature is never on this form. There's no document, there's no proof that he knew of the credit card bill, they looked at the credit card bill, who knew of his position of this company. And then the other thing that he points out with these flights is that they were purchased by

someone named Jason Smith and the prosecution alleged that a text sent by Dirk that said, don't book. So Jason Smith got to be co-conspirator 3 then. Well, it wouldn't be co-cons because I think they're going to testify. Like, I think they probably got some, they were threatening with some obstruction or something like that. And the government's going to have that person going to say, hey, I only book flights. I don't know what's going on.

yes, I did book the flights that ended up being the flights that may have been for the guys who did the murder, but I didn't know any part of the plan. So I would imagine they would testify for the government, which that would be the co-conspirator three, and that person would just end up being a government witness. Look no flights under no names involved with me. That insinuates that Lil Durk was orchestrating this, but didn't want it to come back to him. But the prosecution, Brian Steele, says, why would they then book flights, that with names that'll come back to him.

At first, Detective Carius said, you know, the flights were already booked by the time Dirk sent this message, so there was something that could have done. But then Brian Steele points out, were there not flights booked the next day under the same names, under the same card by Jason Smith after Dirk sent that message?

And Detective Karate confirmed this. So that was like the highlights of Brian Steele's cross-examination and kind of what he hammered home. We then had the defense for Wilson come up, And Wilson's defense is he was a passenger. By the way, keep in mind for every witness, Brian Steele is going to go first, then Wilson, then Lindsay. Okay?

So there's going to be three people on cross. There's going to be a direct, which is the government. And after the government will come the cross. And then after the cross, you have possibly what's called a redirect. Okay? But just know that the lawyers for Dedi and for Lindsay, they could follow up after Brian Steele. He was flown out.

He did not know what was going on. If Dirk is smart, they're all co-defendants. Usually there's a possibility that maybe D.B. could, you know, skate on certain charges and certain other people get found guilty on those same charges. But in general, you want those lawyers, you know, obviously looking out for their client's best interest, but not working independent of each other because, again, you don't want to be the person just repeating what the last lawyer said. But also if the last lawyer didn't, like, you know, buttoned up something on the way, that might be your job to go do it because, again, you know,

Brian Steele is arguing for a across-the-board acquittal, right? Now, they're independent lawyers because the other guys, well, the last guy, Lindsay, he has to argue for potentially a acquittal for, since he's one of the shooters. But Dede's lawyer is going to play piggyback off Brian Steele, trust. Passenger in the car this entire trip, and this was normal for him to be flown out. the day of and then flown back out later only with the clothes on his back. This was a normal routine for him.

He just jumps at music opportunities is what his defense was saying. So on cross-examination, that's kind of what they were highlighting again. They showed flight records of Wilson, flights being purchased the same day for him, for him to fly out last minute, and then fly back very shortly after. They showed these flights going back to 2021 all the way after 2022. So it did show on cross that this was a common thing for Wilson. And the other thing that they pointed out with Wilson was those text messages that were previously shown by prosecution.

They were like these were not. These words written were written by post that he sent. I think they're insinuating that there was no malicious intent behind sending this video. And that's as far as we've gone so far. We're still on cross-examination with Detective Carius. And then later today, we are expected to hear from Hester. who is cooperating. He's the cooperator. He is working with the prosecution, and he has already pleaded guilty.

So a lot of people are looking forward to see what Hester's going to say. I think there's going to be a lot of objections in the room from the defense, and that cross will be very interesting as well. So hopefully we'll get to see that today. We'll get to all those type of things. All right. All right, so I'm back outside the courthouse. It is very, very hectic out here, okay? But I've gone an update for you guys. I'm going to try and just do like... By the way, for anybody who's at the courthouse, And I want to be fair.

I know we rock with Traplore, but I do want to be fair in giving all you guys a shine, platforming all you guys giving your breakdowns. Again, we want different perspective. Traplores just uploading a little bit faster than y'all and more often than y'all. But I am committed to watching whatever you guys have as well. More, just short, quick updates so I can give you guys everything that's been going on because there's been a lot going on. Everything's going by so fast. There's so many updates is hard to keep track off. But basically we begun day four, and I would say that there were Ws for both sides today.

Okay, we saw some very, very interesting testimony from that lead detective who was on the stand at the end of yesterday. If you remember, the day the court proceedings ended yesterday, we had just seen the surveillance footage inside the convenience store where Cuondo, Rondo and Lil Pab will getting snacks from at the gas station before the shooting went down. Now, what's really crazy is that we saw that footage, we saw it timed up with multiple angles of the shooting. but then the detective came back and he dropped a couple bombs. He said he got phone records for everyone. They've got JAMS, IG messages. That led to phone numbers and they got phone numbers for everybody. Lindsay, Jam, Voni, Jones, Dedey, Aza Houston.

They got all the numbers. They got all the calls that they made to each other. It was bad. But one of the craziest things that came up was Vonnie's car. Vonnie's car is a big problem. So it was parked two blocks away when the murder went down. But we now found out that it may well have actually seen Kondo Rondo fly past in the escalade after the shooting happened after they fled the scene.

So that's crazy. It sounded like Vonny's car was lying and waiting and looking out, seeing what happened. And then after that, he dipped out of there. Now obviously we know that he went to In and Out and we saw some pretty messed up footage inside the In and Out of the Three Shooters and D-D, all inside the In-N-Out. This was extended footage. We already saw that they were apparently wearing the same shoes and the same pants as they were wearing at the shooting. But after that, what we saw was a very extended and long kind of sequence inside the In-N-Out Burger where the guys were all kind of checking their phones. They were looking at their phones. They were kind of like having their arms around each other, showing each other stuff. Jam was on the phone for an extended period of time.

I'm not going to lie, it looked like some of the other guys were kind of looking at Jam. Like, yo, you're really on the phone right now. But then everyone was kind of looking at their phones. I don't know if they was texting, looking at the news, showing each other things. They didn't say this outright. But I think they were trying to infer that they might have been looking at the news. as far as what happened to Cuondo Rondo, because not long after they showed that,

they showed the TMZ footage that was captured at the scene of Pab being removed from the car and Cuando screaming, no, that same footage that you probably saw everywhere right after this incident happened. Now we already saw the body cam footage of the first responder that actually took Pab out the car, but now we saw that TMZ footage.

And in context of the guys all being on their phones in and out, that wasn't a great look. And I'll be honest with you, Dirk had some really great moments, but he looked kind of frustrated when that news was being put across. I don't know what he was thinking, but it definitely was probably quite frustrating for him to see these people that he allegedly has connections to all on their phones so soon after something like this happened. But again, that doesn't necessarily mean anything yet.

They haven't proven that they were looking at the news, what they were doing with the phones. But obviously the fact that they was in the in and out in the same shoes and the same pants as were on the surveillance footage and the ski muscle was shooting wasn't great. Now, what was really interesting is we kind of saw messages of D.D. apparently having a back and forth with, I guess, some kind of like IG baddie. who he was talking to, he was having conversations with a girl saying, I'm on my way to LA. She's saying, why didn't you bring me? And he said, I didn't know, and I was going to LA till two hours before the flight.

Now, that doesn't necessarily prove anything, but it's just interesting to just see kind of more context and him basically saying, I've gotta get some pussy after the murder. Come on now. Got to. Now, that doesn't help when you're hearing these claims that, you know, they flew out with just the shirts on their back to commit this crime.

But again, the feds are kind of building up a picture at this point. Obviously, apparently the flights were booked by somebody that worked for Dirk. Dirk and his team, they made it very clear. He didn't, he didn't even, Brian still said, ask the detective, does Dirk even know what's going on with his bank account? Does he check his bank accounts? They didn't really have any proof that Dirk knew what was going on with his Amex cards. They have all different kinds of people, but the flights were booked at the In and Out. Like basically, apparently as they were going into the in and out, while they were outside the in and out, all of their flights back to Chicago were booked right after

this supposed successful hit. Now we saw Jam on the phone a whole bunch. We saw everybody all looking at their phones. Lindsay hands a phone to Dedi to show him something. They're all looking at their phones, all kind of talking. There's kind of moments where they're sort of look like they're laughing, joking with each other a little bit. They seem like they're in a good mood, but they're also looking shifty. They're all in the in and out kind of looking over their shoulders, like looking out the window. It's definitely looking a little bit suspect and a little bit 50 but basically like we're trying to just like build up a picture of what was actually going on immediately after that incident so basically after this you know they were going back and forth jam

was showing his phone to other people they were all looking at each other's phone I feel like Dirk was looking pretty pissed off I noticed he was kind of doing this at certain points he was kind of like looking a little bit he was just looking a little bit frustrated with what he was seeing now that doesn't necessarily mean that he is cooked or anything like that necessarily because he saw some good stuff. But when they brought up his Amex records to show the flights right after the in and out thing, he kind of, I noticed he kind of grimaced. He was kind of like, he looked a little bit pissed. I'm not going to lie to you. So after that another bombshell that was really, really bad news, was that apparently, okay, we've sort of been hearing this rumor of

Vonny's car, the BMW M5 kind of going between locations, sitting at Dirk's house before the incident, leaving the morning of the incident from Dirk's house and being left there when they went to Miami. Well, what we heard, I thought that they were saying that the car went right back to Dirk's house immediately after the hit. But apparently that's not what happened. A lot of people are asking a question about a black escalade that was identical to Cuondo Rondo's turning up to the In-N-Out Burger. Well, it turned out that when Voni left that spot, he went and parked the car somewhere

in Hollywood and he left it there for a few days. But you know what he did after he parked the BMW M5? He got an Uber on his account right back to Dirk's house. So that's not really a good look after all of this has gone down. You park off the car and go straight back to Dirk's house. Now, in addition to that, Dedi had messages where he apparently sent a virus clip to OTF members. Now it kind of sounded a little bit like maybe Didi had sent this message. They showed the message that it was at in Cuondo Rondo. It said at Cuondo Rondo where your

pipe was at gang with three laughing emojis, five smoke emojis, a demon emoji, a little like a hurricane emoji and some fire emojis along with the words risky. Now they kind of made it sound like when the prosecution put this across that this was a message that Dirk sorry that this was a message that Didi had put out there or that Didi had added Kondo Rondo in the comments. Well that was kind of put across and we heard a bunch of comments and responses from OTF members, apparently other members like Breezo, Lil Varney, TTIWicked Man, Boona, they were all in the comments basically in some kind of group thread where Didi had sent this message and the unfortunate thing is

we didn't find out until later that that was a clip from an Instagram account that showed the footage of Kwondo on the street screaming no the TMZ footage that was shown in court and Didi commented underneath that said he playing crazy, Vani said he acting bad, well that was going on, Dirk was kind of scratching his head. I don't know if he looked a bit irritated or confused or just thinking, what the hell is this? What is this evidence got anything to do with me? But obviously it was a lot to get thrown onto him.

But his lawyer, Brian Steele, came to the rescue soon after. And we saw probably one of the biggest shows of power for Lil Dirk in this trial so far. Brian Steele got up there. He begun his cross-examination against the detectives. I'm not going to lie. He was put in a little bit of belt to ass to some of those detectives. Brian Steele is showing why he's a multi-million dollar lawyer and he attacked the credibility of the witnesses very succinctly. He said, okay, detective.

He said you spoke to a bunch of the cooperators personally, right? He spoke to Jam, right? They said, yeah. Said you were present with 12 different interviews with Jam. The detective said, ah, I don't even know how many times, but it was definitely many. They basically went on to say Jam was interviewed over 30 times. The detective said, ah, possibly. They said Jam was in confinement, right?

Don't they record meetings? They said Jam only had three recorded interviews out of over 30. So Brian Steele was putting in work, making Dirk kind of look good, and really trashing the credibility of these witnesses. Now, Jam hasn't taken the stand yet. There's a rumor that Jam might be taking the stand or that Jam might be doing something at some point soon, but Brian Steele was killing it for Dirk. He was actually doing an amazing job.

They went on to say, oh, Keith Jones, you were present for five of his interviews, right? But why was only one of them recorded? The detective was like, ah, possibly, and it was looking better and better for Dirk. After that, they said, Vonny was interviewed in your presence 10 times detective, and they were never recorded while you were there. And he said, yeah, you have to admit it. Yeah, that's true. They said, do you know why meeting a cooperator would not be recorded? And the detective said, I can't explain it to you.

He kind of gave us a little taste of what's probably going to come as time goes on. He basically brought up some very interesting points and kind of trashed the credibility of the detectives when it came to actually recording conversations with these alleged cooperators. They said you spoke to cooperators that were going to testify at this trial during the investigation, right, including Jam. He said yes. They said you were present with Jam for 12 different interviews personally. He said, well, I don't know the amount of times, but it was quite a few. they said Jam was interviewed over 30 times, right? And the guy was like, ah, possibly. And they said,

Jam is in confinement. They take notes. Do they record the meetings? They said, well, how come Jam only had three recorded meetings? So they're sitting down with him 30 times, only recording three of them. Now, that kind of looked bad. Brian Steele was kind of putting in work on the detective at this point. They also went on to say that Keith Jones was doing interviews. They said that this detective, you were present five times for interviews with Keith Jones, yes. And they said, but only one was recorded. And he said, ah, possibly. And again, this was probably Dirk's finest hour over the last few days. Dirk's been kind of letting the prosecution do their thing.

But Brian Steele took that stand. And he was putting in work. I'm not going to lie, he was looking good. This was the strongest I feel like we've seen Dirk since that severance hearing. So in addition to that, they also brought up Voni. They said Voni was interviewed in your presence. That specific detective 10 times. And they said none of those were recorded.

And the detective admitted it. And then Brian Steele started grilling him saying, you know why a meeting with a cooperator might not be recorded like why might that happen and he was like i can't explain it to you even the detective he was like i typically record stuff um but you know we we we we we we we don't know why we didn't record those they basically seemed to say that the prosecutors wanted to have the strategy of not recording these interviews i don't know if they wanted to get them comfortable we're hearing that a hand written well it's it's supposed it's supposed to give the uh perception to the audience for to the jurors that y'all had to coax him a bit.

So when you were trying to, like, for example, with Vani, apparently they said, hey, you're the leader when they first bust in. Remember, they locked him up or arrested him or served that warrant at the Wardoff historian in Chicago. They said, you're the leader. You are the kingpin. Da-da-da-da. And then they kind of talk to him and they say, well, in our book, you're the leader,

unless you got someone else who's probably the leader. And, you know, those those. Those interrogation strategies are going to be very much scrutinized. Is it recorded? How much of it is this person giving a statement and then later changing it? Are you telling them that they'll never get out unless they say A, B, or C? That's going to be a thing. And that's why I think they're sowing the seeds that the government told these guys,

you're not getting out ever unless you say A, B, and C. Note by Jam is being presented. But I'll be honest with you, Brian Steele was doing a great job. There's a lot of people out here kind of, you know, kind of hating on me saying that I'm being biased. But I'm here to tell you, Brian Steele, when he was grilling that detective, was doing an amazing job. That was the best we've seen Dirk and his team looking in a few days. Okay. So I would say that was a small W.

I don't know where it's going to lead from here. But I would say that the prosecution have had their time. And now the defense are clapping back. And Brian Steele about to show the world why he really making those millions. All right. So there's been a lot said about, you know, Dirk. Trap. Do not get.
