Starting point is 00:00:00 Keep answering my questions, bro. Who pays for his flights? He does, but you got beef with him, though. Hold on. Bro, let me finish. I'm going to let you talk. Who pays for his hotel? Okay, he's funding the whole thing.
Starting point is 00:00:11 He's funding for free. You know, he's an actual lawyer for 9-25ers, people who fucking get taken advantage of because their boss stays put the fucking frauds in the bag three hours over their shit. And he's out here fucking following rappers around for clout. I made this thing Did I make
Starting point is 00:00:32 Lawyful Workers or not? Did he get famous? Wait, how, how, how? What's the first time you found about lawyer for workers this bum-ass moat granted, nigga? Be honest, just be honest. Don't give me no funny answer.
Starting point is 00:00:46 Be honest. Was it a Tori thing or before? I don't know. Honestly. So who got locked up first? Me or Tori? Who's bigger? Me or Tori?
Starting point is 00:00:54 Okay, yeah, you got locked up before. All right. Who was the nigga dick rotting all my cases? Okay, so you know this, I come on, bro. No, no, he definitely took some interest in your case. He definitely did. But this what I'm saying, niggas wake, niggas wake up the line.
Starting point is 00:01:10 Wait, wait. What's your, what's your point with him? Are you saying he's always wrong, or you're saying he's doing it for free? He's always, did you see the video? No, I've seen it, but, like, if he's given, so a lot of people watch him because he's given resources. How many times did you see,
Starting point is 00:01:26 he said they don't have a video of poor shesty, Robin Gucci, How many times in that video he said that And they're on different days His tape Okay He said 24th Street was coming home He said
Starting point is 00:01:41 There's no way the niggas got a video The fads don't know what they're talking about Right now he's saying yo big W For a Dirk's law team Big W bro he's always wrong He's giving the Why don't fuck with the nigga he's giving the niggas hope He's gonna break a lot of hearts
Starting point is 00:02:00 You know what I mean? We had a discussion about it. I told Traplora, I said, keep it how. However, if you think Dirk's cook, say he's cooked, don't let them bully you into reporting positive shit. Because if you're in there, you're like, nah, this is not going well. Don't panic.
Starting point is 00:02:15 And by you, 31,000 people listening to me right now. 31,000 people listen to me right now. Traplor Ross was the only person in the courtroom when Dirk's lawyer said put it all on Vani. Traplore Ross was the only nigga in the courtroom. The fat-ass nigga with the dreds black nigga, he was in the courtroom. No?
Starting point is 00:02:37 Hold on, hold on. Now, Sadie Nash is in the courtroom. He wasn't in there when that shit happened. He said, yo, damn, they didn't let us send weeks from being there later, but trap is in there. And he said that, nigga. These niggas not in the courtroom, nigga. I walk, yo, bro, just get 31.
Starting point is 00:03:00 1,000 people, right? Just get ready from when this thing and get guilty, come to my page, nigga. Come to my page, nigga. If he gets found not guilty, you're going to come to my page. So when he get found guilty, come to my page, nigga.
Starting point is 00:03:14 Yo, let me say this. So, Mo, I believe, so he does some work with, like, workers and stuff like that. I think he's transitioning into being a potential defense attorney. And anytime you hear a defense attorney talk about any case,
Starting point is 00:03:27 it could be Luigi Manjeon, caught on camera, shooting You know, wait, wait. They're always going to try a. Hold on, hold on. Let's talk about Bradford Cohen then. Right? Let's see what Bradford Cohen.
Starting point is 00:03:37 He's legit. You can't play with Bradford. All right, cool. So he said dirt. I mean, he said, push shy. Steve. You don't see the video? Yeah, yeah, I've seen it.
Starting point is 00:03:46 He's at pusha-si-stee. The feds don't got shit. Nasty work. Them niggas don't got shit. This case is people. The video went out of, he said there's no video. The video went out of Gucci Mank and Robb. The next day.
Starting point is 00:03:59 He withdraws from the case That's stopping, man Yeah, this nigga's at the time You know, so you got your gambling deal, man Let's go do something positive, nigga Like what's on? Let's talk about Bratford Cohen
Starting point is 00:04:15 No, no, no, not, not Bradford is smart. Now Bradford is smart. Bradford, okay, so you're giving him credit those. You know, you know he's a smart nigga. So you're saying he peeped game and dipped. Left, who's actually straight, nigga? Yo, stop it, bro. Stop it, nigga.
Starting point is 00:04:32 Just stop it, bro. What, you want me to stop saying facts? You'll stop what? Yo, but my thing is, when does the facts become funny at? I'm spying facts or not? Yeah, but like, I feel like you're doing slam dunks on everybody who you've been wanted to. Hold on. Could you admit that back of the day, you and you and lawyerful workers did an interview together.
Starting point is 00:04:55 It never came out. He had one side of what happened. He claimed that you were trying to propagate. Ghandize the interview. No, act, what you said, bro, you sat on your stream. You said,
Starting point is 00:05:08 whoever sits down with Sixth on doesn't know what they sit and what they're about to face. Right or wrong. You said it on your stream. No, I agree. I agree. Right?
Starting point is 00:05:18 I think they can sit down and be like, yo, my God. I think you're one of the toughest interviews. My weight. You're one of the toughest interviews that exist.
Starting point is 00:05:26 Because I don't think someone could sit down with you if they don't know everything they're going to talk to you about back and front. Like, for example, Big Bank, you spun him like a gig because he thought he could do the, oh, I don't know, and you didn't let him get away with any point.
Starting point is 00:05:40 Like, you did the most. No, my thing is that niggins always, when they wrong, they think they can confuse people and move. Like the Bradford Cohen, I told you, yo, bro. You said Bradford Cohen was a real, he's one of them niggas. I said, yeah, cool. It don't mean the fact. He's the top attorney, right?
Starting point is 00:05:58 So why he abandoned his claim once that video, came out? Huh? Top ten in the country. Well, I think he might have been like a conflict. We never got the reason why he got off the case,
Starting point is 00:06:07 but, you know, we never got... So now we're making excuses. Why did he abandon his client? I don't know. I don't know. But I'm going to be honest with you. You want me to play a video for you right now
Starting point is 00:06:20 that after the video came out, he said the video doesn't mean nothing. You want me to play for you right now? Okay, but why did you specifically call out lawyer for workers, though? There's a lot of people at the court house. This is why I'm such a talk. interview because people don't like facing the truth once I'm about to bring the the
Starting point is 00:06:38 proof is like all right let's talk about something else do you want to see Bradford the top 10 in the country right abandon his client okay okay you can say that but we just don't know exactly why he did the timing could be a little bit suspect I agree with you but honestly um you know listen I'd take Bradford over anybody So him getting off the case, and I'm pretty sure I'll talk to him. I don't know if he could share that, maybe some private shit. Also, here's the thing, too, he's represented Gucci in the past. I don't know if there was a conflict of interest.
Starting point is 00:07:16 He's represented Gucci. He's represented Shishti before on this last federal case. By the way, he got Shicey's last federal case in a good place. So again, he's not, no, like, we're not talking about a guy who doesn't go in court and fight with the people. Like, Bradford, I'll put up my reputation for his reputation. He definitely does that. Now, why did he get off the case? I don't know.
Starting point is 00:07:37 So I'll give you that on that. If you say you know more info, I'll give you that. But, hey, it is what it is. He's a fire up. Law and for workers, I feel like you were dunking on him. Because he's a bit new. The first time I've seen them use him as a defense, like a criminal defense attorney,
Starting point is 00:07:57 was during the Diti trial, one of the people that got subpoenaed. He represented them. they weren't they weren't even really testified in court but he showed up with them so they hired him so i haven't seen him do a case but you don't like the niggi though who you don't like lawyer for workers because he's not a real lawyer he's a dick rider he's a hip-hop groupie you don't get it like yo act what if i'm i'm not getting paid right what if i'm not getting paid i'm not your friend, right? But I'm just following you everywhere. Like, I'm following you to your mom's house. I'm following you to the grocery store. I'm doing coverage and saying, yo, look at academics.
Starting point is 00:08:43 What if I fucking recorded you, right? Every time you went to a grocery store to your mom's house, taking your dogs out to your girl's house, and I record you, and I just narrated the whole video like, damn, look at this thing, bro, living. Look how he living just reporting on fucking hip hop all day, bro. Damn, look at these things we make famous. What would I be? Okay, I get your point. A dick rider, nigga. Who the fuck?
Starting point is 00:09:09 But I think there's a bigger picture for him. I think he uses hip-hop to gain awareness of him being a lawyer that people could come to him with their problems within his field, which is there's, he's appealing to the nine to fiveers who said, damn, look how he's covering this trial. Like, he really knows what's going on. Okay, damn, I have been getting overworked without overtime compensation or without X, Y, and Z, let me go hit him up.
Starting point is 00:09:36 And yeah, you know, it's like a jeweler who needs to get sourced clients. So I think he's sourcing clients by appealing to the regular everyday hip-hop folk by getting those nine to fivers to fuck with him. I get your take. You're saying that he's mostly wrong. Now, my rebut to that is that I think he takes a defense attorney. I've never heard a defense attorney, even if they're commenting on a case that's not theirs, I've never heard them say, oh, this niggas cooked.
Starting point is 00:10:08 You know why? The moment a defense attorney has to admit that something is indefensible, that defense attorney is not worth nothing. Put it like this. A good attorney, a good attorney, you bring the body in, you bring the body into his, you bring the body into his law office with the gun. You drop it on the table and you said, I just killed him. Could you get me out this?
Starting point is 00:10:31 And he said, if you got the retainer, nigger, you beat in this case. I let me walk you down now, right? So why everybody on Trapolo Ross nuts? Because he's not a defense attorney. What is he supposed to say? He's reporting how it is, what they say in court, on court docket. They're a bit mad at Traplo Ross because the energy outside of the courtroom, I could tell already. You have dirt guys that there, Herbo's pulling up, MGK pulled up.
Starting point is 00:10:59 There's a bunch of fans who were handing out pamphlets in the court. They're all out there. Honestly, it's basically a Dirk rally. There isn't anyone who's like the family of Savaya Robinson, who is Little Pop, they sneak out of the courtroom. Everybody looks at India when she walks in and out like she's a star. Everyone's looking at this case saying, fuck Little Pop. We just want to see Dirk come home. So when they see people who are there reporting, they want those people to report, hey, Dirk is going to get out in two weeks because right now his lawyers are killing.
Starting point is 00:11:33 it and I'll give Traplor the credit he's not doing that and I do like I'll give you this one small thing I think lawyer for workers was wrong in how he jumped on Traplor Ross when Traplore Ross said that hey I know he wasn't wrong wrong because Dirk's team is blaming on Bonnie that that's what he's at now granted to me that's not snitching but he's blaming on Bonnie and that's all that's all traplor said he's blaming it on Bonnie Dede's blaming it on Bonnie and I think because of the backlash from the internet trying to call dirk a snitch all of the people they're reporting started to alter what traplore said because the fans were mad right trap lord never called dirk a snitch he said dirk's team is blaming it on bonnie that's just
Starting point is 00:12:24 what happened that is true okay now i know that that's a alternate defense theory i don't look at snitching but some people they love dirk and respect him so much, anything that sounds like snitching, they're going to be very upset about. And that's why all that happened if you asked me. Right. I'm saying, I've got to have a thing that I'm a loose of this crowd. I told you, I will let you know in the last couple days before closing statements. But right now, I think it's wide open pause.
Starting point is 00:13:01 We haven't heard Jam speak. I heard Jam is about to, he's about to do his big one. Wait, did you know that OTIA Vani's father just called in? What he said? He said fuck his son because when his son had the bread, he never split it with him. He said what? He said, fuck his son, because when his son had the bread, he ain't split it with it. His father said that?
Starting point is 00:13:25 Yeah, so I told him, I said, like, I said, if, if Bonnie only gets seven years and if Dirt beat the case, I said, we're going to start a go-fund-me for the family of Lil'Pob. And you know what he told me? He said, act. If you're going to start to go for me for the victims, I'm a victim too. Why is speaking when I'm supposed to that? Black, not stop it, bro. Stop it, bro. Stop it.
Starting point is 00:14:04 Black, hold on. Black father excellence is blue face. Not this, nigga. What blue face is doing? That's black excellence, man. I can't lie. You got to do shit. You might as a little bit of a hotel.
Starting point is 00:14:23 I'll pay for your transportation. No, thanks. I'm streaming 10 hours a day. You're not even built for something like that. You know, you got a lot going on. Listen, right now we're only like five and a half hours in. I got five more hours. We put in the work 10 hours every day.
Starting point is 00:14:41 No, I ain't saying you got to stream with me the whole time. I'm saying, like, nigga, like, nigga, first of all need someone to stream. I'm streaming at your house. You got all type of shit going on there, nigga. You got like a circus there, nigga. I'm fixed it. Nick, you got rainbet.
Starting point is 00:14:54 You got rainbet studios over there, my nigga. We're covering everything from, nigga, we had Mimo from 600. Come on here. He said when he got, you know, he caught a Fed charge. He said when the Feds came and got him, he said the Fes brought him in the room, the first thing they asked him,
Starting point is 00:15:11 and say, fuck all these guns we got you charged for. Nigger, what you know about smirk? Oh, shit. Crazy. Yeah, what he's he got right now? Because it looked like he gave that information. He's saying I. No, no.
Starting point is 00:15:23 He said he's on house arrest. He said he wants to go to trial. He can't go. He said he ain't tell nothing. You got to realize. It's not in Chicago's niggas nature to tell Chicago niggas don't tell
Starting point is 00:15:35 This ain't Atlanta This ain't Atlanta So where the fuck OTF jam from? I think he's from like Decatur or something like that You're not from Atlanta So OTF jam from Chicago Vonny from Chicago
Starting point is 00:15:53 And Not no not Bonnie from the suburbs No he is That's cool I'm all you with trying to I'm free right now I'm alive I'm about to go eat
Starting point is 00:16:07 I'm about to go eat right now Yo they said Avani From Orland Park Like you're from the suburbs Yo talk chat How much they love me You're like your 699 I want to know how much I love them
Starting point is 00:16:19 No They don't like you Because you have Zero humbleness As other people are going through Some shit that you may have gone through It's like you want They was humble with me?
Starting point is 00:16:31 Now, they was humble with you. Yeah, I. They was humble with you. When? Also, also, this is what the chat, like, the chat demeanor is this. Listen, you could be the real nigger free taking the shower right now, but they're going to give dirt the credit because he a real nigger, and like he at least took it to the box.
Starting point is 00:16:57 He never told on his guy. Bro, is your girl pregnant? What, what you said, I, that I, be free and what? Wait a minute and blueface girl gave birth before your girl. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:17:24 Nicky, they had like a three-month pregnancy. I ain't gonna love. I'm gonna say, what are you saying? You're free right now? My bad. I'm over here. I'm taking a show.
Starting point is 00:17:40 What you said? The chat, like, listen, it's more, it's more respectable for a nigga to hold it down, not tell. Because this is how they look at you. They're saying,
Starting point is 00:17:53 yo, you could say you free this and third, but, like, at the end of the day, the facts is, you sent off a lot of niggins to go shoot at Chief Keeve, go do X, Y, and Z. And when the shit came down, you didn't stand accountable. At least dirt, yeah, dirt might have, let's go into the thinking of it.
Starting point is 00:18:09 Dirk might have sent niggins off to go do some murders. But when the feds came in, Dirk is standing tall. He's like, nigga, like, yo, I'm going to fight this shit. I'm not going to fold. So they respect what he's doing. They don't respect.
Starting point is 00:18:21 what you do. Yeah, he's, so, so basically dark set, niggins called kill niggins, and then he's putting the blame and said, nah, you did that because you want to do it. I mean, you're not going to confess. Like, you know what I mean? Like, you're going to fight.
Starting point is 00:18:39 But what I'm saying, he's going, he's going to risk, he's going to risk life in prison. His way of fighting is saying, I'm sexual, but now, you did that on your own, but knowing damn well he sent them. Yeah, okay. Okay, cool.
Starting point is 00:18:55 Like, niggins lie in court all the time, but here's the thing. He can't tell because Vani already told him himself. Vani cooperated and Vani has statements that's on public. Whatever make that niggins feel better at night, bro. Just know. In two to three weeks, that niggins, that cell doggone close and it's clit. These little fanboys is going to forget about him. You know why?
Starting point is 00:19:20 If, if, if, um, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, If Dirk beat the case, you can't stream for two years. All right, cool. Yo, bro, if Dirk beat the case, and you owe him an apology. He owns an apology. Yes. If he beats, if he comes home, he's not coming home,
Starting point is 00:19:39 he got to fight a whole other case. Right? No, no, he do, he do. He do, he do. So what are we talking about? Okay, let me ask you a question. If Dirk, if Dirk had, you know, took a deal and sold out all his guys and they say, yo, we're going to give you like eight years or whatever,
Starting point is 00:20:00 but he's going to be up on that stand cooperating. Would you have said that Dirk won? Say it again, stand again. If Dirk took a deal and he's like, you know what, listen, I could really put this piece together. I'm going to tell you about everybody else, D, D, D, this and third, and I got a couple more murders too because a couple other niggins did some shit for me. I'm going to tell on everybody.
Starting point is 00:20:22 If he took a deal and he told and he told and he. gets out in eight years because that's why people trying to, they're trying to figure out you saying you won, because you say you're one, you're free. If Dirk took the deal and he's freeing eight years and he's snitch, would he be the winner? Because one, he hates rats, right? And two, his niggins didn't do him wrong.
Starting point is 00:20:46 You get it? Our situation is not the same. Wait, wait, wait, wait. What you mean his niggins ain't do his wrong. His niggins went to the feds. That's doing him wrong. His niggins went to the feds. The feds?
Starting point is 00:20:57 The fed. All right, cool. You know what they say in the streets? Yeah, yo. Hold on, no. What do you rather? Your nigga fucking your bitch or your nigga going to the fed zone. You could get another bitch.
Starting point is 00:21:06 A nigga going to the fed zone. You was putting a case. Hey me out. Hit me out. You got to. Now, six guys are going to walk down on this on chat. Watch. I think the connection got on stable.
Starting point is 00:21:23 You getting walked down on this one. You getting walked down on this one. I ain't going to lie. I rock with six, but he's getting walked down. Because he's trying to, like, Like this idea of like a nigga fucking your bitch Like is that I mean at that point
Starting point is 00:21:41 If you could validate Oh I told on these niggas because they fuck my bitch Okay could you validate You shooting your nigga because he fucks your bitch Now I think the fucking your bitch shit is whatever nigga Like again yeah obviously that that ain't your friends type shit But like my nigga You can't be like oh they fuck my bitch so I told on them
Starting point is 00:22:02 And gave him 15 years Now, the kidnapping shit The kidnapping shit You know how much I fuck with 6-9 I know his case back in front I could really give it to him pause But I'll be letting him I'll be letting him rock I'll be letting him rock
Starting point is 00:22:18 I'll be letting him rock Because The fucking your bitch shit Bro Niggies bitches bitches get fucked every day be Like yo my man Izzy Prime Is he bent your bend the Don like twist Like you know how that's so
Starting point is 00:22:33 Drake got? What's it called? Plot Twisting it up when he's looking at me. That nigga was twisting up dick in her spine. Facts. Bend the Down was twisting up dicking some niggas, a streamer nigga bitch's spine. He mad. He's like, oh, whatever, whatever. He's tight.
Starting point is 00:22:49 He's like, I want to fight the nigga because he fucked my bitch. You get it. You know what I mean? You love his girl. He love his baby moms, whatever, whatever. But like, in reality, like, dogs, your baby moms. Like, yo, these hoses disloyal. Right? The point is, what I'm saying is that that's not worth like killing the nigger over, I would think.
Starting point is 00:23:12 That's not if you did, you were doing crimes respectfully. You were doing crimes with shoddy in them. Like y'nigas shit like this, this more shit that six nine got to put out a book. There's more niggas that got shot at. Like, obviously I'm not going to bring it up because I don't know what he told the government in his, he probably told, did tell them everything because they give you queen for a day. So when you get queen for a day, just like Avani and everybody got, this is what government cooperants get. you got to tell every crime every day.
Starting point is 00:23:40 That's why Sixth down admitted that he beat his girl's ass. Because even domestic violence he had to admit to just to make sure they could never charge him with nothing from his past again. Like it was basically like he was a new man. He's still a felon, but they can't bring that shit up. Now, if you won't tell him something or you lie, you're cooked. You're not giving you that shit. So he told everything.
Starting point is 00:23:59 So what I'm saying? But my thing is this. It's like if people are going to argue with you about this cooperation shit, I'm going to be honest with you Your bitch getting fucked It's not enough for you to cooperate Now you getting kidnapped this Now here's the thing
Starting point is 00:24:18 And 6-9 is gonna be like man they kidnapped me Shottie did not kidnap you Matter of fact when Shadi heard niggas kidnapped you Niggas Shadi picked up a gun trying to look for Harf Harv and Shadi was like First of all Harv was a demon Like I ain't gonna lie The Harp was like he was he worse than Shottie
Starting point is 00:24:36 But Harv kidnapped him Shottie was a nigga he a Jamaican nigga like me He's smart You know, y'all don't like tethers, but he's smart, even though he's a gangster. He realized I got 6'9's ear. Six 9's really not like that. If I got his ear, I could move everybody out. Six-Nine starts giving all the money to him.
Starting point is 00:24:55 Now he's like, oh, shit, now I'm like the boss. He start breaking off niggas less than that less. There's other niggies that ranked up just as much as him in the gang. They're like, bro, I'm not your dude boy. What you're talking about? Like, nigger like, we know what Danny getting, nigger? Let's get that money. They're like, nah, nah, this was you.
Starting point is 00:25:10 So when they see Shottie trying to big dog, this is. I'm like, yo, Shottie, you ain't nobody, nigga. We'll get at you too. That's kind of how it happened. They see, you know, obviously, they're not going to get a Shottie directly. They'd be like, man, let me get to the young boy. They want to get to 6-9.
Starting point is 00:25:22 They feel 6-9 is playing, nigga. They go kidnap that, nigga. What the fuck? They're like, nigga, fuck what Shottie's saying, we're going to kidnap your ass. That's how they wanted to play. Shottie's a demon. Harves a demon. They're killers.
Starting point is 00:25:36 Right? But when 6-9 cooperates, he only cooperates. Like, obviously, he did only. take the stand against the kidnappers, but the cooperation was announced with the entire indictment that included the people that now granted, the Shottie stuff is a little complicated
Starting point is 00:25:54 because Shottie was on the phone with Jim Jones when Jim Jones was on the phone with Mel and they were saying, yo, 6'9 is popping shit on the breakfast club. Bro, somebody got to go handle at you. We got to put a lesson down. And that's when
Starting point is 00:26:11 you know what I mean I guess Shadi was kind of letting them know like he that thing he started he's starting to move with security and shit like that and Jim Jones was telling them niggas like nigga man fuck this security
Starting point is 00:26:22 nigga like nigga the security could get it too now granted obviously that became a source of whatever about Jim Jones but yeah that's kind of how that happened right but I guess I say the point that
Starting point is 00:26:35 Shottie did not kidnap him there's two niggies that kidnapped him so this idea that that I told because niggas fuck my bitch like come on bro that's a weak excuse I'm gonna be honest with you like nigga you don't gotta be
Starting point is 00:26:49 in a gang with niggas man like yo you got a whole ass baby moms you got you got niggas of low morals which a lot of times we hang around with niggas of low morals that's why y'all got doing shit in the streets nigga they catch a bitch lacking nigga like they feel like you ain't gonna find out they fucking your bitch nigga that's how it's going
Starting point is 00:27:05 nigga you get what I'm saying nigga I know I know I know niggas who would fuck the chick I'm with if they could be like, I can't go find. Bro, that's not no shit that I'm like, I'm about to go kill that nigga. You wouldn't even want to throw away your life for a nigga who just fucks your bitch.
Starting point is 00:27:21 Like, nigga, it's your bitch and a disloyal nigger. You cut both of them off and keep it moving. So that's not enough for you to stintz on somebody. Now, them kidnapping you and all this other shit, yes. But again, 6'9's cooperation was not only on the niggas who kidnapped him. He cooperated on the entire gang.
Starting point is 00:27:38 Okay? And somebody fucking your bitch is not the reason. Anyway, I'm just charging. I'm charging for a little bit. I'm going to call it six-nine back. But, you know, I'm keeping it 1002 and six times my man's. You feel what I'm saying? Like, yo, if Shorty, bro, shorthy know you in the streets.
Starting point is 00:27:58 Like, that's another thing. Like, somebody just, uh, I don't really want to comment too much on the story because I definitely love Toronto. I mean, shout to all my Toronto people. Like, I've seen this shit on Keepsik Salar, right? Uh, it says, here we go. I'm going to read the story real quick.
Starting point is 00:28:21 Is it here? Oh, here it is. It says Toronto rapper El Plaga from Parma is convicted of the double homicide of two women in Niagara region, whom he accused of trying to set him up. The woman named Heidi is convicted alongside of him, but on lesser charges, he shot both women at Airbnb, rent about whatever. He's going to serve life. Here's what
Starting point is 00:28:43 You know again I don't really know too much about the cases But this is my demeanor towards women Who set niggas up They deserve death Straight up They don't deserve jail They deserve death
Starting point is 00:28:52 So like that's how I look at women Who set niggas up You know so That's some shit like I get it But um Bro like your girl fucking another niggas Like bro
Starting point is 00:29:02 Bro get a more exclusive bitch bro You get a more exclusive bitch You know Like chicks like this? I ain't gonna lie. I read the story and I was just like, damn, I'm sorry this nigga had to go serve life of this shit, but like, for me, I got zero sympathy for a chick.
Starting point is 00:29:22 Any chick who do backdoor shit, I think they deserve death. Straight up. Now, granted, you can't execute him, so he shouldn't have done that, but these women got to start dying. If you set niggas up, you gotta die. Like, you know what I mean? Like, somebody got to get you out of here. Now, I don't know if these women actually did it, but clearly he felt like they did it. That's why he killed him. But not going to lie to you.
Starting point is 00:29:46 I don't really have too much sympathy for these backdoor mommies. Like the, like, like, and that might only be in some Toronto shit. Like a chick like Cromaz, I don't even think she would be able to exist in the United States. They would have her out of here a long time ago. You can't have no, there ain't no chick in America you heard
Starting point is 00:30:01 with rumors that set up like 10 niggas. Like, you're like, come on, man. Niggas got her out of here, bro. But, you know, women get to do a lot of bullshit, you know, so it is what it is. Anyway, going back to the 6-9 thing. Rock with 6-9. We fuck with him, but I don't judge him regardless of him telling him.
Starting point is 00:30:24 But that's why I had to ask him a question about Dirk. Because I think as time is going on, 6-9 is trying to use that example to be like, yo, act, this is the reason I told. Why are you told? Like, you see, he's not giving the real reason. The real reason is like, Nick, I don't want to go to jail. You know what I'm saying? Now, it's tough for him to say that because,
Starting point is 00:30:46 nigga he was with the crime. You expect me to tell, you know why? Because I'm not with crime. Six now was putting money on niggas heads. He was like, yo, go do this, go do that. And we see this nigga. Yo, let's rob this nigga. Like, let me video.
Starting point is 00:31:00 All that shit. All right, he might go back. But that's the difference. And that's how I was trying to tell him. Like, yo, he can't justify what's... Like, you can't compare what you did to somebody else. I'm talking about how niggas did me wrong. If it's only a nigga fucking a bitch.
Starting point is 00:31:16 There we go. Six. Yo, my phone died. Remember, I was in the shower. I was literally in the shower. We haven't a great debate. And I'm playing devil's advocate. You know, I love you, you, my man's. So I'm always rock who you right or wrong. But is comparing your situation to like any of these situations. That's why I asked you about the Dirk thing. I said. If Dirk threw his men, fuck, fuck what he said in the past about he hate snitches. If he threw his man's and them under the bus would act cool. In the free world, his man's wasn't doing him wrong. His man's doing everything right by him.
Starting point is 00:31:50 Okay. What do you say your man's did you? Listen, listen. As man's wasn't sleeping in India, right? O-TF duty low and other niggas didn't get jealous. Camp out in front of his house. And, and- Hold on.
Starting point is 00:32:02 Let me ask the question. All right. Let's say someone did fuck India. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. No, no, we're mirroring into your situation. Oh, just say what it is. Yo, hold on, hold on, hold on. No, we just ask him, Gerald.
Starting point is 00:32:16 If a nigger fucked, yo, if a nigger fucked India, would it be valid for him to tell on him? Yes. What? Nah, hell not, bro. What? Nigga, bitches get fucked every day, nigga. Yo, I'm- His wife?
Starting point is 00:32:30 That nigger love India. Remember, that nigger said, yo, I don't even let niggas. My girl told me, yo, you got 20 niggas in the crib. I want to be, I want to be wearing my shorts. He said, I don't even let niggas say how to my girl. You, out in the street is doing crime with some dirty niggies. Bro. Bro.
Starting point is 00:32:45 Yo, yo, if you got a bitch. that's going. You're on stream right now. You're on stream right now. Go and Google. Dirk says India don't allow him to have guys in the house next to their family. I don't care if they fucking friends from kindergarten. You're on stream right now. Do it. Okay, I'm doing it. That's his wife, nigga. He loved that. I, if that's a whole, so why she didn't hug duty low? Bro. That's bro. Yeah, hold on. If you, if you were street, if you were street, nigger, If you're a street nigger and you tell her your homies because they fuck, they fuck your girl. If you're a street nigga and you tell your homies because they fucked your girl,
Starting point is 00:33:26 nigga like you shouldn't be in the streets. Because I'm not a street nigga and I know, listen, if I have a bitch, if I got a bitch, right, if I got a bitch and she's going, and she's going. You my men's. You my men's. Niggins don't even have to fuck your girl for you to tell. And I know that. You're my men's.
Starting point is 00:33:47 No, no, hold on. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. No, no, hold on, nigga, hey, say real shit. No, no. You're spilling the beans without none of that. Yo, I wouldn't, you hear what I'm saying. A nigga fucking, my bitch wouldn't be the thing that made me to make me tell. It's because I don't do crying.
Starting point is 00:34:02 Here you say, here's the thing. If I'm doing some shit, my nigga, yo, bro, listen. If you, yo, me, what I've learned in life now, you got started taking responsibility for everything, nigga. If your bitch get fucked, nigga, like, even if your man's, like, why are you with that bitch? All right. So, so, so say this. I'm not going, I'm not going to put my man in jail for life because you did that.
Starting point is 00:34:22 OTF Jam and Dutri Loh kidnapped him because y'all was, y'all was jealous of. That's a good one. That's a good one. That's a good one. Here's a thing, though. And I'm going to hit you with devil's advocate. You're right about that. Okay. So, yo, so the fucking bitch shit, I just think that like, yo, you can't put your man away for life because he fucked your bitch. You could cut him off. You could cut your bitch off. Like, nigger, you're going still be good. Of course that nigga not loyal, that bitch not loyal, cool. All right, now the kidnapping, you're right. Your man kidnap you, that's not your man's.
Starting point is 00:34:52 I will say, though, and this is where people will get at you. I'm playing devil's advocate. You know how fuck with you. I'm rocked with you right or wrong. But, nigga, shoddy didn't kidnap you. Nigger, according to the documents, he picked up a gun the next day, nigga, looking for them, niggas. So, he was trying to rob for you, nigga.
Starting point is 00:35:11 He's playing on devil's advocate. Keep playing, stay like that. with that energy. Yeah. So in the free world, not after the arrest, with Shady on wiretaps, say, I'm going to feed him. I'm going to feed him. And then the feds had to pick me up because they just like, yo, if something happens to him at Foxborough, Foxwood, in Connecticut, right? When they intercepted that wiretap, if you're my man, why are you trying to hurt me? Okay. All right. And we just talked about that everybody. So that's the good point. So I think the kidnapping, Harvin Noop was,
Starting point is 00:35:40 by the way, that's the only time he took the stand. I get it. Them niggas, like them niggas is Not your homie, nigga. Like, them niggins with a slum. Stop talking about somebody else. Talk about Shottie on the wiretap. Okay. All right. Shoot me, nigga.
Starting point is 00:35:51 Nigga. Nigga. All right. Shotty on the wiretap? Just play devil's advocate saying. Nah, bro. Shotty and can't. Talk about shoddy on the wiretap right now.
Starting point is 00:36:00 Don't change the subject. The only thing I would say? Oh my God. Am I justified or not? Nigh. I ain't hear Shottie say he was going. I mean, but then again. Come it up.
Starting point is 00:36:11 You on stream right now. All right. But then again, okay. He shouldn't even. Okay. He shouldn't even entertain that combo. I'll be honest. Okay, I'll give you that.
Starting point is 00:36:17 I'll give you that. But I think when you mentioned- You, hey, you can't do this. Do this with Y&W. Melly and these retarded hoodnickers from that don't know how to fucking be civilized and have a conversation and walk shit down. You can't do this with me, bro. Listen, he entertained the conversation.
Starting point is 00:36:36 I don't think of it. I was on two different Yat-Tat Matrix. Look it up. The one he was with Jim Jones on. when he was just like yo gonna handle that yeah he was like we'll treat him yeah that that that's shit he was out of pocket i give that definitely out of pocket definitely like okay okay okay all right you know what i'm gonna concede on that but i'm gonna ask you this question if you never heard that wiretap but he fucks your bitch hold on no i got to ask if if all right bet you never heard the wire
Starting point is 00:37:14 tap this so that never happened but he definitely fucks your bitch oh okay okay so wait no You chipped out for a thing. So you were saying that if it wasn't for that wiretap, you, like, all right, he fucked your bitch. Maybe you don't fuck with him, but you're not forward. They're working for this shit. I'm not going to be stupid for jobs. You got house taxes this year. I'm actually a chat to this year.
Starting point is 00:38:09 That's Jersey. He's 40. I ain't going to pay that this year. All right. Okay. No, no, no. I'm not going to. No, no.
Starting point is 00:38:19 I'll agree with you on the shoddy point where he entertained that. Like, yeah, yeah, that combo right there? Like, you can't be my man's here. If you even listening to the niggins saying, yo, let's shoot the body. I get that. I get that way.
Starting point is 00:38:34 I just want you, I just want when you're describing it, because sometimes you be like, niggins fuck my bitch and I'm like, nigga, niggas fucking your bitch is not the reason for you to tell. I, devil's advocate for your chat,
Starting point is 00:38:56 but your chit chat, so my thing is, no, they understand, this is what people wrong. This is why I'm out living niggers. This is why I'm mentality, of just,
Starting point is 00:39:26 I, niggas had you in the subpoena room asked you did six nine send you this video when niggas yes, he sent that to me
Starting point is 00:39:47 yo, yes, off his head, nigga. You have your chat do a fundraiser if your chat not a whole bunch of broke
Starting point is 00:40:21 niggas no, we're gonna start a go fund me to place a bat with six times. Now, we're gonna make
Starting point is 00:40:29 a smart bit on this fund. Right now it's, it's looking, there's a lot going on. It's a lot going on. All I'm saying is, all I'm saying is, I think, I think, what they were trying to say is that, because a lot of times when you talk about what you did, sometimes you lead it with the niggas fuck my bitch. And I think, I think people look at it and be like, bro.
Starting point is 00:40:47 My thing is, if I want to get away with it, bro. Yeah, but you can't put a nigga like life in prison, pray for your bitch. No, no, I'm not saying normal. Listen to me. Listen to me. Listen to me. Listen to me. Listen to me.
Starting point is 00:41:15 Listen to me. If I can fuck your bitch, I do not respect you. Okay, I hear that. Smiley in your face, it's like me next to this, nigga, right now. You think that's worth you put that nigga in jail for life. My standards. That's not my standards, nigga.
Starting point is 00:42:02 I'm gonna get by you. Fucking man's up. Here's fit the band. The reason why I say that's like, yo, you know how many chicks you've been with since Sarah, bro? Like, like, you don't replace a 4,000 times. But that's what I'm saying, bro, making y'all norm. Don't give me excuses to try to make me understand your norm, your mentality, stupid nigger mentality.
Starting point is 00:42:27 Yeah, but at that point, though, like, why even join a gang with niggas that you're going to do shit with? Because, so listen to me, because when you join a gang, the streets have this unwritten rule of this is loyalty, a brotherhood,
Starting point is 00:42:45 you know, integral rules. Yes, bro. Hell no, nigga, gang, niggas. Yo, you remember what they said about it? They said, you're not a rolling 60, till you kill a rolling 60, This ain't about no fucking Like kumbaya, this is about like
Starting point is 00:42:58 Ruthlessness. This is about just Like y'all has shared family, but like the family fights with each other, the family gets at each other, the family kills each other. So, part of it with you With your thing. No, no, no. I think it's retarded that joining the gang Because joining the gang thinking that you're in a
Starting point is 00:43:16 Brotherhood, nigga, this is not college and you in a fraternity, you're in a gang. The way niggis getting the gang is getting your ass beat. So why join the shit where niggies are I already beat your ass. So don't say that to me. I already beat the system. I'm free.
Starting point is 00:43:31 I'm alive. Go say that to Dirk. He's the one fighting for his life in a gang, fighting a gang, O-TF, conspiracy murder. Don't tell that to me. I'm in the free world. I beat the system.
Starting point is 00:43:42 Say that to someone who needs that advice. Say that to him. No that to him. Oh, nah. This ain't no loo. I don't need any. I'm in the fucking Lamborghini right. Like, go cut.
Starting point is 00:44:05 Man. Hey, G. Herbo showed up. Gherbo showed up to the trial to him. Gherbo's a bummy. He's a pussy-ass bitch. I'm smacked the fuck out of him. You know G. Herbo real. You know he real.
Starting point is 00:44:16 Nigah. Big work. That's a bad work. That's a bad visit. Duty low is out there. He put in work out there. You feel me? Duty low look like he don't know what to do in his life if this thing just found guilty.
Starting point is 00:44:34 Yo, wait. Yo, this fucking fat-ass thing with the dress. This thing is hilarious. Yo, um... Wait, wait, why don't like Ceddy Nash? Because he looks disgusting. He looks like he don't shower. He looks musty.
Starting point is 00:44:53 He looks like... I don't know, bro. That nigga looks disgusting. Yo, they say Ceddy Nash be having all the details and shit. Hey, he's a rat. Have you ever watched Trenches News? Said again?
Starting point is 00:45:09 You ever watch Trenches News? That nigga had this shit broken out like crazy It's a nigga, yo They banned him from Chicago Because he took the stand He a blogger, but he took the stand He took the stand against the O Block 6 In Ducks case
Starting point is 00:45:25 Nigger, he said, He said, fuck a me You say he took the stand where? In Ducks case versus the O'Block 6 The niggers who killed him Alright, yo, you're on post a lawyer For a worker shit right now Let them nigs know he'll fraud
Starting point is 00:45:42 I'm posted that I'm gonna have him calling you I know he got it, you won't get his rebuttal as you. All right, can you do it? Come on, come on, bro. I've been on your street for like, I want to have. I'm going to post a shit, nigga. I'm saying that.
Starting point is 00:45:53 You know, he's going to call. You're going to call in and get at your ass. Yeah. Yo, matter of fact, yo, what you want to do this? Lawyful workers don't get paid for this. He ain't going to do this. He ain't going to do this.
Starting point is 00:46:10 You tell you, bro, niggily, I don't think he's scared of me, bro. Hey, hey, hey. Tell, Gillil your dude, I sit down on me, nigga. I'm gonna dress up like his son, man. Yo, why are you getting a game? I think you're only mad at Gilly
Starting point is 00:46:25 because he turned down the interview back. No, because he thought, no. He called first of all, he called first. And then I said, yo, let's do it. But he know he was going to get walked down. Now he can't even fucking go to Costco or BJs and buy a box of mac and cheese because that's your monolith son.
Starting point is 00:46:45 Who? Now, I felt his pain in that video, man. I feel his pain too, nigga. Is it because he didn't give you an interview, though? Nika, it's because he fucking is a fucking big head bitch. That was that penis. He thinks all the fucking odd shit he'd be doing. All right, let me ask you a question.
Starting point is 00:47:15 Why not approach it now with, like, yo. I'm having fun with this shit. That's had a discussion. You should have the discussion with him. I think they would interview you. You know, Big Bang's interview you. Like, he was, he was like the gangstap podcaster. Is that Big Bang is like a hood nigger that didn't really do his research and walked into something.
Starting point is 00:47:38 Like, Big Bing, I ain't going to lie. I ain't go out. I ain't go out. Big Big Big Bing is somebody literally what, like, we took advantage him. I'm not going to lie. Like, we knew he didn't have no idea where he was walking into. And we were just like, yeah, this. a stupidhood, nigga, that thing that he's going to come up.
Starting point is 00:47:53 You close the door behind that, nigga. He thought, like, yo, damn, this thing is a loud Mexican who just is going to scream and looks retardant. Everybody's going to agree with me and doesn't know that. I'm literally a civilized person that holds you to tax. Like, I mean, you're good with the debate and theatrics type of thing. But, like, you know, a lot of... I'm going to be honest with you, Wack 100 was...
Starting point is 00:48:30 your best opponent yet. And it's... Wack 100 just be changing the subject. No, no, no, no. It's only gotten worse since then. That's the thing. It's like... Listen, Wack, Wack.
Starting point is 00:48:41 You got to understand, bro. Wack, I killed Wack with so many facts that he literally became my friend. Like, that's what I'm saying. Like, you get... Like, you get... That's my uncle. I'm his nephew. Like, my way into nephew's dad.
Starting point is 00:49:08 I, nigg, I'm Hey, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, What are you going back home? Are you streaming tonight? Yeah, I'm a stream tonight. Call me on your Discord when that fucking City next. Nick, dude, just text me, text me, text me.
Starting point is 00:49:24 Just text me on you. Hi, yo, you posted life workers, niggia? Nick, I got to charge my phone. I'm on 1%. That's I'm getting off the phone with you. Oh, my God, Chad. All right, we still got to get Vonny's dad in. Oh, yo, Mimo, my bad.
Starting point is 00:49:40 I know you were trying to get on. I was on 1%. I'm telling you. I'm, like, down bad. I'm going to give a new court that's over here. I'm sorry, man. I'm looking mad at amateurs right now. Oh, boy.
Starting point is 00:49:56 Chat, we six hours in, man. We got four more to go. We got four more to go. All right. Let's see what Trappleros told him out. They should be out of court by now, huh? Maybe not. I think Jam is on the stand.
Starting point is 00:50:12 Is Jam on the stand? Let's look at some of these lawyers that we covered that kind of tweet out stuff. Here's one. or here's one of the reporters. Is Steele or is OTF Jam on the stand? By the way, could we try to get Trenches News on here? Remo, I'm charging up my phone real quick because you try to highlight Trenches News
Starting point is 00:50:46 and try to link that up real quick. I do want to play this OTF Jam. Remember, again, this is what we're waiting on today. OTF Jam, his interview. This was when he just came out, okay? This was when things were good. Okay? Smirkyo just gave him the 50K.
Starting point is 00:51:05 Let's look at the date of this interview. The date of this interview is 2023. He supposedly slid a couple of times for Smirkio. He got the 50K. He expecting to get a little bit more because like, you know, you got to get extra credit with the killings. You know what I mean? He did a little bit extra.
Starting point is 00:51:26 He did a little bit extra. He slid a few times. So he, right now he's happy with, with, with, with, with, with, with, with, with, with, with, with, let's hear how he's talking. This is, this is, this is OTF jam right here. I went to jail for a temp, okay? I'm telling him. It was more than that, but shit, that's what I did my time for. Okay.
Starting point is 00:51:46 So we did time 12 years for attempted murder. You know, no. Street shit. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, but, uh, for the attempt, you know what I'm saying? Like, they gave you 12, like, uh, how long they gave you on, uh, uh, papers? Three years.
Starting point is 00:52:00 Three years? Yeah, I'm a broke right now. Okay. When you get off? Isn't it sad he does 12 years get off on parole? And he has parole for three years and instantly he has to go do a bunch of murders the first year? I don't know, shit. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:52:17 They don't know. Yeah, let me know. They tell me signing the papers, man. Go off the floor. Right. Yeah, yeah. But is they allowing you like to travel lead a city type shit or no? They're allowing you to do that right now.
Starting point is 00:52:29 Not even how you do that. Yeah, that's how you do that, what you know. Yeah, yeah, but shit though 12 years ago, bro, like, I ain't a lot of it. The music scene was way different, like, it was way different 12 years ago, like, the city was like really like just starting to get back lit, you know what I mean? Like the music scene, the Chicago music scene was getting back lit like 12 years ago, or would you say it was earlier than nothing? Man, shit.
Starting point is 00:53:00 Man, shit. Bump, bump did something. Yeah, boom. I mean, that's all I have to vouch for, say something about for, like Chicago rap back then, that I, bump. Like, like, before I got locked up, like, shit, bro, bro was the only motherfucker that, dirt, like, he was making rap songs for, like, our parties and shit. Shit that we were just, you know,
Starting point is 00:53:35 lessons to one parties, doing what we do. Fucking with the females, whatever the case may be. That shit, that shit. That wasn't just, that shit, that shit my father. Sosa popped out. Man, Frido style rapper, a lot of motherfuck star rapping that shit, long of that big boaths. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:53:55 Like I say that, we were just shit, we were just shit. We was... street motherfugger's not thinking I don't know and broken up eyes though that rap shit like when Dirk was first doing it all the way back then he probably thought over one someone yeah you know what I'm saying like shit I'm not man shit we just stopped man yeah I ain't gonna skip this a little bit right yeah yeah yeah definitely though take him my fuck man it's that the first of you yeah yeah what you said you did 12 you know what I'm saying like what was your
Starting point is 00:54:33 bit like where you did your tour of it like where you was at some of every what I mean 2022 you know what I'm saying you touch down you see like this shit that's super lit you see OTF lit like one of the hardest groups out right now you know what I'm saying smirk he lit like like what was your talk process like did you already know what you wanted to do when you came home or you were just trying to figure that shit out like as you got up man shit I still made fully figured it out Like I ain't gonna like I said I did 12 years Like I was 17 when I went to jail bro so
Starting point is 00:55:12 I came home real live seeing millions like Mufferin to see me but we know like the drugs the older niggas that had millions you know what I'm saying it's like yeah I didn't have relationships with them but to a certain extent but to a motherfucker that I'm with every day that like got millions like living like all that shit I'm Tammal. Yeah. Do you like you can have it.
Starting point is 00:55:43 Oh no, I catch your cats. Yeah, yeah. Smokes by murder man, man, man. You put in your back, get up with me, man. All the weed produced by me, man, come on. I got to see if that shit is sauce or not, man. Yeah, yeah. You smoke?
Starting point is 00:55:57 Yeah. You smoke? Yeah. If it's sauce, I'm gonna tell you. Sure, I got to tell you, You got the best weed in the city. Everybody, you hear, everybody coughing. You hear everybody caught in the city.
Starting point is 00:56:07 I'm gonna get you a heart attack, Cossi. That's a gazzier. Yeah, you know that's gasey. It's gazzle. Gross cost the most. Gross cost the most. Oh no. Man, we need a zon, bro.
Starting point is 00:56:20 We need his own. Come on with it. What you? I got to talk off camera, bro. But since we tell what, some of my brother, man, I'm not about you. Exactly.
Starting point is 00:56:29 Yeah, yeah. Get out with me. Yeah, but like you said, you're the same, bro. I have you. I have you. I don't want to do nothing like that don't give you this. But shit. I'm trying to like move fast with it because I fuck with it so hard.
Starting point is 00:56:55 So I was just from dropping myself with them. My love, bro, it was my block. Man, brother, you get on that little and a lot. And I had to type my motherfucker's life. It's funny because you know who's vocal for OTF Jam, 6'HenBreeze? I guess he wasn't tapped in. Yeah. I mean, look, I mean, the fan.
Starting point is 00:57:16 are trying to say that little Pop getting killed was over the situation with Lil Tim and Kondo. And they essentially killed the wrong person. You know, and ultimately, that's going to be up to the course to decide. Because that's what they're trying to say.
Starting point is 00:57:30 I can see how we look like that. Because why the fuck that Nick Kondo ain't get killed too. It's like... Well, that's the thing. I think they were trying to kill him and ended up killing his cousin. His cousin takes a little pop. Still,
Starting point is 00:57:46 This is a hereditary reward that's going to go on forever. People that love Vaughn, even fans, I didn't even talking about his real love ones, just fans. People going to have a problem with them niggas forever. It's always going to be a we supposed to beef. The BDEs and them niggas from Savannah are always going to suppose the beef in everybody's eyes because of the situation. It's never going to be always okay.
Starting point is 00:58:12 It's never going to be a, so something's going to happen one day. Like, you don't think this is enough? No. Somebody dying? No. Time's still alive. Vaughn't did. He pulled a truck.
Starting point is 00:58:23 Papa's dead. That, who the fuck is that? Like, that's, that's casualties of war. Yeah, and that's too bad that this is how people are thinking. Streets. There's nothing they can do to change people mind. And this is what they're going to try to say, Dirk is behind. That's saying, Dirk was not going to let it go.
Starting point is 00:58:44 He was going to slide for Voss. When they have no proof of none of that. I understand if Dirk was in Vani's shoes, if Dirk handed them guns out, if Dirk went both of them masks, if Dirk, whatever, whatever,
Starting point is 00:58:56 just because a person that has access to my cards and shit like that or whatever did this, how the fuck y'all are going to just say, oh, well, you let them do it or you told them to do it. That's not true. I get it.
Starting point is 00:59:07 That's not true. Like, you know. And if everyone stays quiet, I think Dirk has a great chance of beating it. But if all those guys, all point the finger, at Dirk, all of them? Like, is OTF Jam really involved in this situation or not?
Starting point is 00:59:21 See, I'm glad you brought that up, too, because... So I'm a little confused because at first there was like OTF Jam, O'TEF Jam, and then you stop hearing his name. I know Jim personally. Oh, really? Like, personally, personally. So my mom's side, that St. Life Evans, St. Lawrence, all that shit, all that shit, like that. Where Jam is from, he would be considered my op, but he's not because of my other
Starting point is 00:59:45 people type shit because he's from our 79th and Vernon. Jam, I don't think, Jim, Jam, if Jim was going to snitch, he had been snitched on a lot of shit a long time ago. Jam's done a lot of time in jail. Like, jam real niggas, like, I tilt my hat to him. I ain't ever seen Jim do no bitch-ass shit. So when they start saying his name, I was the first nigga, probably like, I don't believe that.
Starting point is 01:00:08 I got to see proof. Out of everybody out that thing, y'all said, like y'all saying, jam the one that's just going, no, I don't see that. I don't see that. because shit, he a real street nigger. Like, and he, he paid plenty chances to snitch on niggas for a lot of other shit if that was the case. He wasn't, you know, I don't think jam got nothing to do with that shit. I think they just, it's the internet, they threw his name and that shit like that
Starting point is 01:00:30 because why his name ain't came out in no paperwork or no shit like that, no indict, nothing. Yeah. And that name he. But there are, there are hidden names throughout the indictment, which people say might be jammed. But you're right. And in the beginning, there was, like, we're supposed to. interview with him, a couple of different people hit us up, but we weren't quite sure if it was the right person or not. So ultimately, I didn't see any interviews with him.
Starting point is 01:00:53 Is he locked up right now or no? I see, I don't know that neither. Yeah, see, I'm a little confused about the whole situation. That's another thing with Jam, like he disappeared off the grid. He disappeared off the grid. And that's why people kind of knew is telling. We got to get trenches news on here, chat. Can't even allow to you.
Starting point is 01:01:25 You want to support me? Go to needy. I should not food hygiene, clothes, bag it up, take it outside, and give it to a little out. Push shi shi shi. you my dog but law enforcement on blast bro the jury is not going for that bro these are people first responders and they're going to give you their best account that they can bro but you're trying to tell them up like they uh a fucking um a criminal it ain't going to work in your best interest man i can
Starting point is 01:01:48 tell you that now so what little dirk them plan to do they plan of as of now they just playing crazy man hey little dirk reverse on all and everything man i'm talking about he reversed on their thing bro. The man, they just said that Lederk said that the card that was used, that Ola, Ola had signed the paper to put Vani on there.
Starting point is 01:02:14 And then he threw Jason under the bus. Now, these two people out of all the people I'm talking about, they're civilians, bro. Like, they put people on. Yeah, we did say co-conspirator 3, which we found out the name is Jason. He booked flights, but
Starting point is 01:02:29 he booked all flights. He's kind of consistent or like, you know, some virtual person who just booked flights, they wouldn't know about the murder. And that's why I do think at some point they're going to be in this trial, just testifying to what they did. They push your career. They turn you up with a connect. You hear me?
Starting point is 01:02:47 And they make sure you straight, bro. They take care of you. Not a little dirty. He played crazy, bro. I ain't know he was going to play this crazy. I know he played crazy what's saying Vani did it as he should. Vini then already working with law enforcement and made a deal for them. the immunity. So dirt got the right. As he finished get out the door, if you don't say
Starting point is 01:03:06 nothing, idiot, you ain't do it. That he had the card. And the card ain't near my name, but he bogus for putting Ola out there, bro. Ola, a real manager, bro. So if you call him and say, I need an Airbnb or I need this, I need that, and he do it for you. You got to take the hit when law enforcement come. Now you put Ola in the position for law enforcement. I have to talk to him or anything, bro. That's foul. That's why I say. If you got an artist or anybody, who in the field of gang banging or anything bro they just a liability period uh hey manage them with a stick a long stick a long arm stretch your arm strong bro keep them away from you because you would get caught and they recos oh a quick google here chat little dirt manager ola ali so apparently
Starting point is 01:03:52 this person's also been brought into the mix this guy right here this is olah ali this is his Instagram. Did he remove all the stuff with Dirk? It's better to admit you went through the wrong door than spend your life in the wrong room. Oh hell now. Yeah, let me tell you this man. Yo, pray to guys. Your guys, it's never, it's never like making cryptic posts like this. Anytime you see cryptic posts like this, prepare to see that thing they're going to stand, bro. Prepare to see that thing going to stand, bro. Yeah. Little Dirk's manager is successful. Okay, so yeah, was Smurks manager. Hmm, interesting.
Starting point is 01:04:42 Now, with Diller, I seen some paperwork on the internet saying that Diller supposed to stole $5 million from Dirk. But he's saying, it was on the streets, $5 million. But they saying like $400,000 here, they took money there, and Dirk's suing them. Now, this lawsuit come after the murder for hire. It's like he cleaning up. He fired Della, fire Ola, saying they're stealing.
Starting point is 01:05:07 Fire Vani now. They saying he fire OTF. y'all he ain't fired him from stealing from king vion the reason why they're in this shit but he fired viny out of the blue like hey his lawyers man i ain't gonna lie they weak as shit man anybody time about that drew nem cold hey look they cold in state cases they they look they cold in state cases man they ain't cold with the feds bro i'm telling you the fay's from the hammer when they say they got 20 witnesses if you think you gonna get out of this we gonna get you with this and if you get around that and we think you get them with that.
Starting point is 01:05:42 The fairs ain't dropped their heat yet, man. I'm telling you. The fairs going to drop their heat and receipts. But to me, Lederk. By the way, shot to Smirkyo. Hey, if you want to know why I fuck with Smirkio man, Smirkyo know who's.
Starting point is 01:05:58 Listen, Smirkyo, the voice of the streets, nigga. I'm the voice of the media. Straight up and down, nigga. It's been announced in court that Shmerkio was sending around big academics post after he heard that Kwondo, after I announced that there was a shooting in 2021 in Blackshire, Georgia.
Starting point is 01:06:20 So Schmirk was screenshot it on my page. You know, smirk was tapped in. Shmirk a real chat nigger. Shot the smirk. Real chat nigger, real street nigger, down to the bowl gristle. You feel what I'm saying? He screenshot the post. He sent it to the group sat.
Starting point is 01:06:34 I bet putting belt. All right? We slide it. Feel me? We have Traplor who's tweeting. Traplor tweeted and he said, Dirk's iCloud username was Spotem, Got him. One.
Starting point is 01:06:49 Spot him, got him. Holy. Spot him got him. To Dirk's screenshot academics posts on Cuando shooting in 2021. Dirk's a real nigger. Dirk's a real ass nigger, all right? Free Smirkio. He was just tapping in with the number one outlet in the game.
Starting point is 01:07:05 Number one media nigga. What's the problem? said the switch was confirmed as a murder weapon Screenshot shows five shell cases Flying through the air Same time Screenshot shows five shell casings What? What the fuck?
Starting point is 01:07:21 Wait, the screenshot has the Oh no, shell cases, okay, so you can see some shellcases. The actual bullet's going to be too fast for most cameras. Unseen 4K footage of King Von Death Shown in court Both angles Vaughn wasn't paralyzed after he got shot he was moving his legs in the 4K footage.
Starting point is 01:07:42 Von was doing the Wiggly Challenge. He was good. You know, he just, they didn't get him to, you know, a hospital in time. He bled out a little bit. Traplor said it looks like to me.
Starting point is 01:07:51 Mouap slowed Vaughn down getting to the house. All right, see, they ought to be on Traplor's ass. You see, they want Traplor to be on OTS penis so bad. So when he says this, you're not about to blame Mouwop. Mouap is like a national hero for OTF fans.
Starting point is 01:08:06 Look like Mouwop slowed. Vond down getting to the hospital, he forced himself into a ready full car and Vani had to stop while Mouwops squeezed in. That's probably unfair to say too. Like, bro, of course, niggins is going with the guys. Who are you talking about? Dirk denied being suicidal a day after Vani died. Shit got me my feelings too. I'm sick. I'm not sending myself off. I can't. So he denied that he wasn't going to do something to himself. Damn, yo, this shit was hitting Dirk crazy. Day after Vaughn died. Dirk said, yeah, I'm good.
Starting point is 01:08:39 I'm in my feelings. I'm ready to put this shit together. Dirk said a crazy voice note to the OTF group chat that played in court. In the chat was duty low, boony mo, Dedy, cheap work, loyal, and others. Dirk sent someone in screenshots. Oh shit, another screenshot. What? A screenshot of academics announcing that Tim got arrested for killing Vaughn.
Starting point is 01:09:00 Yo, Dirk was on the page. Real nigga, Dirk, man. Everybody said free Dirk in the chat, man. Dirk was probably gifted and subs, man. Shout to Dirk, man. Everybody say free Dirk in the chat, bro. Dirk was tapped in, bruff. Dirk was tapped in, bruff.
Starting point is 01:09:13 Everybody said free Dirk in the chat, bro. Dirk was a real street nigger. I told you, chat niggas are real street niggas. Dirk was tapped in. Dirk tapped in. That's my nigger. Feel me? Everybody said free dirt, man.
Starting point is 01:09:28 He didn't do that shit. He didn't do that shit. He didn't do that shit. My boy was almost healed. Stop playing. He was almost healed. Only two more niggas had to die for him to be. And I mean, I mean, two more niggas decided to, you know, leave him alone for him to be fully healed.
Starting point is 01:09:44 He was almost healed. Shout to Smirk, yo. That's my nigga. Free Smirk, nigga. Fuck what y'all niggas told him. Free Smirk hill. Okay? He was tapped into the chat.
Starting point is 01:09:54 The Fazden took away one of my loyal subscribers. My loyal viewers. Smirk. You had Vaughn make him take him to the old, nigga. We were just trying to make, take him to the chat. We had Dirk in the chat. Holy. Anyway, after Vaughn died, Dirk said.
Starting point is 01:10:12 He said, blood, this got me going like Newski right now. So, like, you know how he felt after, you know, Newsky was his cousin that got killed? Like, I forgot how year of 2014? FBI agent said he ain't even know who Newsky was. They said Dirk has 17 phone numbers. Between 2018 and 2024. Well, all I know is one of, I had two or three of his numbers, I think. Two or three.
Starting point is 01:10:38 Oh, okay. Yeah, nigga. Real street, nigga. You supposed to have 17 phone numbers. Screet nigger. It just goes to show the fed's gonna catch up with you, right? Like, you're getting all these phone numbers, they still tracking you.
Starting point is 01:10:54 Y'all, y'all right. Little Dirk made a standard about not snitching. Now, if y'all talking about Little Dirk told something, I'm gonna say Little Dirk told more with India, all he had to do was be quiet. He told that it was three masked man, and they ran out the back door, and they
Starting point is 01:11:09 jumped over the gate. That's cooperating. That's leading the police investigation. You could say, That man, his girl was in the crib. You're a gangster. Hey, you ain't never heard Al Capone called the police when his crib got shot up. Or nobody else called the police
Starting point is 01:11:23 when they shit got shot at the police. Also, somebody gave me some details. They say, yo, Dirk been fired. Oh. So the guy who I showed a shit, the Ali dude, they said, Dirk been fired him.
Starting point is 01:11:40 Dirk manager. Ola. When I did my interview with Dirk in 2023, Dirk was being managered by my man Peter. Okay I ain't really trying to throw him in this shit Because like you know Niggins told him my murders
Starting point is 01:12:00 But this was this was Dirk's manager When I met him When I met him I did my interview with him He's kind of a big deal in the game I'm gonna cap with you He also did a lot of management work
Starting point is 01:12:17 For Ye as well I don't know Well I can't find this on On What the fuck I can't What the Yeah it's my management So Dirk was being managed by him.
Starting point is 01:12:38 When I did my interview with him, Dirk showed up with a stylist. Dirk showed up with him. We coordinated a lot with him. Dirk showed up with one security. And somebody dropped off clothes. He told me to book a spot. And I booked the spot.
Starting point is 01:12:55 And he just showed up. He ain't show up with no entourage. I ain't see no none of them niggas. I didn't see Boney Mo. I didn't see nobody. I ain't see D.J. I didn't see nobody. That nigga came.
Starting point is 01:13:06 He came. with a thinned out crew. Actually, there was some other niggins that was there too, but it wasn't even, you could tell like, nigga, we were in Beverly Hills at a ward office. So it was like upper class shit. This was not some ghetto shit. He was with one guy,
Starting point is 01:13:19 then his security, then his stylist, then his manager, Peter, who was this guy, and then one person dropped off clothes. That's it. I thought Smirk you was going to come through with like 3,000 niggas.
Starting point is 01:13:32 I am going to lie to you. I thought it was going to cut. And by the way, shout to, Shout to Peter. Like he'd be doing a lot of stuff. He do stuff, you know, with Trippy, um, juice for, like, he's super locked in a really good guy. Really good guy.
Starting point is 01:13:46 You know what I mean? He's worked with Yeh as well. He's put a lot of things together. Matter of fact, I haven't got a lot of you. I think, I think Yey reached out to him to connect me with doing the interview with Yeh, he's the one who facilitated that. He's the one who kind of facilitated also, at least the post-production. Like, Dirk had reached out to me directly.
Starting point is 01:14:06 but the post production and setting everything up with Dirk, this was his manager. So whatever niggas is talking about, I met him in 2023 game, right? That's what we did our interview, 2023. So that Ola, nigga, now somebody said Ola got fired because it's stealing. I don't know what's what.
Starting point is 01:14:23 Okay, but this is a nigga who was helping out. I mean, I could tell you. Look, see? Yeah, you can tell. Like he hasn't in his bio still. How Dirk almost reached a career best. See, 23, that's when I interviewed the nigga. Look, see?
Starting point is 01:14:34 Exactly. Right. Exactly. Like the link in his bio goes back to 2020. I did interview with him. Little Derek blah blah, blah, and it goes right to his, you know, executive of the week type shit. So, you know, shout to him.
Starting point is 01:14:46 Shout to him. He's working with a lot of people, you know what I mean? Good guy. Anyway. Let's get back to Trench's news. Came, cleaning up the sheds, niggas don't get back. I don't know nothing. You hear me?
Starting point is 01:15:00 But Dirk now may do that. Dirk wanted to be famous. It's like he didn't trust India to get him out of trouble and he just opened up his mouth and opened up a fucking can of worms night that's being used against him. But for little Dirk to put Ola and Jason in this shit, man,
Starting point is 01:15:17 hey bro, I'm gonna have to speak on who I... Now, y'all can't blame Dirk for putting them in there that the fairs already if anything Dirk is going to clear them. The feds already had those people. The fairs you got to remember, the fairs know a murder went down. Anybody who helped out with this
Starting point is 01:15:32 murder, they're thinking as a co-conspirator. They literally called this flight booker, which I believe is, what's it called, Justin or whatever the case is, like, not Ola, but like the other person. That person only books flights. That's not a co-conspirator, but the feds called a co-conspirator. So it's not that Dirk is bringing these people in. These people are in because the fares don't know who's who. I know and what I know.
Starting point is 01:15:55 He foul, bro. That shit foul. Hey, look, you can say his lawyer's doing it. You can try to make every excuse in a book. Now, the fares brought them in. The fads brought them in the indictment. And the indictment that mentions co-conspirator three. Look, them lawyers were
Starting point is 01:16:10 Who is Jason? For Ludd, Dirt. Them lawyers saying, this is our game, plan, and strategy. And when they told him that, he said, yeah, do what you got to do to give me out of help. You know, hey, I ain't going to lie. Anybody that I know, real niggas killer, everybody going to try to do this, what they're doing.
Starting point is 01:16:26 You already got some people who working for law enforcement. Hey, look, just look at it like, look, Dirk telling on the dirty cop. He's telling on the dirty cop. He ain't telling him to get out no deal. He ain't telling to get no short of sense. He ain't saying that shit about Bonnie to get no short a sin. He's saying that because he's fighting for his life. You hear me your back against the wall.
Starting point is 01:16:45 But a lot of y'all, they'd go over y'all head, man. But yeah, I got to speak to see if Jam would testify. They said that OTF Jam was supposed to testify the second half. And whoever across his jam, they ain't fin that, they ain't fin to eat up jam, man. Jam has been in the system. Jam got proof. Jam, Jam got all the evidence. He got his phones. He engaged, well, two phones.
Starting point is 01:17:11 You all with Liddurt. Hey, look, it's one thing for you to delete your side of. All right, here we go. Here we go. Trapp Lord is back on. He's back on with the update. Here we go. So we just heard some really interesting stuff in court about some of the social media posts
Starting point is 01:17:28 that were going back and forth all around Lil Dirk and the people around him. Now, there was some very, very fascinating posts that were shared. We heard rumors that this was going to be shared. And this is a post that I've talked about in the past. before but if you remember that Instagram comedian from Chicago famous Richard okay he known for doing all type of comedy sketches and just being a generally hilarious guy well they brought up his infamous video where he did the Cuondo Rondo challenge you know that video that he did basically recreating the TMZ video that was uh you know basically tragically depicting what happened
Starting point is 01:17:58 after the shooting where Cuando Rondo was screaming no and little Pab was on the ground well that video of famous Richard doing the Quando Rondo challenge and his whole impression that got sent around apparently someone sent that to dirk and i'm not going to lie to you i don't know who would want to send that that's a pretty crazy thing now look apparently dirt didn't send that we didn't hear about a you know a response to that but whoever sent that to dirt i don't know people want to say i'm the police but who's sending who's sending a little duck the famous richard quondo rondo challenge and by the way while i'm recording i've got the whole free dirk squad behind me man what is going on the whole free smirk squad is behind me okay so i guess everybody waiting for
Starting point is 01:18:34 update all at the same time okay so we get into the bottom of it But that was very interesting. We saw a couple of really interesting posts that had gone back and forth. There was basically like, I'm going to lie, academics came up a couple of times. There were a couple of academics posts that apparently Dirk had screenshoted. Two posts that, I'm just going to keep it real. Academics, you up in there, man. Dirk was locked into your page.
Starting point is 01:18:55 He was screenshoting your posts. Apparently, Lil Dirk screenshotted the post that academics put up when he reposted the TMZ, well, article about Cuondo getting shot out in Way Cross, Georgia. back in May 2021. He also screenshorted the academics article that basically said that, um, it's low key distract. Look all these people I got here, man. The whole three Dirk scored behind me. It's so distracting.
Starting point is 01:19:19 But, um, Dirk screenshotted, um, the image that he sent to academics. Man, I had to check my notes. But the other post, a little Dirk had it screenshot in his phone. He screenshorted the academics post where academics confirmed that Lil Tim had been arrested for the killing of King Von. Now we know little Tim ended up beating the. those charges, but this was all part of that phone evidence that they was trying to get thrown out. Unfortunately, that's still been included. They haven't fully cracked the phone yet.
Starting point is 01:19:45 But yeah, they're saying famous Richard Challenge, Kondo Rondo Challenge was on the phone, screenshots of posts from academics was on the phone. It's a lot, okay, but I've got a whole bunch more updates. There are a bunch of back and forth. And just like I said earlier, Brian Steele was doing a very, very good job, doing a lot of objections, definitely doing his thing, pushing for justice and pushing to try and get things, you know, straightened out for Dirk. And I've got to say, I'm in awe of Brian Steele. amazing lawyer doing an amazing job definitely getting some millions off of this case so i'm excited to see when he goes up against jam jammed didn't testify hey yo trap i'm gonna keep it a being with you
Starting point is 01:20:17 ever since them free them niggins starts surrounding you your tone has been changed nigga you got to you out there bro get your security and get a couple get a couple yans around you bro again we love dirk but we want to hear the facts this ain't no yo let me give a pep talk to dirk's fans outside now you got to keep it a bean if you in there'd be like now this shit looking criss I need to hear that. Like, yo, you keep showing them because they look like they're ready to jump your ass if you say something bad.
Starting point is 01:20:44 Are you trying to make it sound good? Now, Brian Steele, nigga, how you act like Brian Steele is like killing it with objections, nigga? Like, he's not killing it with statements. He's killing it with, he's not killing it by cross-examining witnesses. He's killing it with objections.
Starting point is 01:20:58 Come on, bro, you got to keep it a bean. You got to keep it a bean. Like, don't let, they out there bullying you right now. Nigger, they surround you, even though it's not no gang members or whatever, everybody got free dirt shirts, they're passing them shit out like, you know what I mean,
Starting point is 01:21:11 whatever out there. They're trying to make sure your updates is positive. You get what I'm saying? Nicky, your breakdown literally is, oh, Brian Steel is killing it because he keeps objected.
Starting point is 01:21:29 I'm just telling you. That I didn't end up happening. Now, granted, here's the thing. You might want to elect to do what Armand's doing. If you could only give up the real one, when you at the crib, nigga, wait till you get to the crib. Don't get surrounded, nigga.
Starting point is 01:21:42 They surround you like a shark right now. I'll let you guys know when that happens as soon as it does, but right now, ain't no jam. All right, so we just heard some really interesting stuff in court about some of the social media posts. They said Big Dirk went out. Where's that? Big Dirk when that trap? Oh, man. Let's see Big Dirk trap.
Starting point is 01:22:06 Let's see. Oh, shit. Chicago Muslims confront Traplor Ross at day four of the trial for the rumor he made insinuating Dirk with snitching. when he tweet out Dirk is blaming everything on Vani. I appreciate, though. I want you to click on behalf of the Ouma, brother. I don't think this is a big dirt, though.
Starting point is 01:22:22 This is just a Muslim nigga. This is one of them sneaky-ass dudes, right? You made a folly, a fugaboo where you said that little dirt. Oh, no, no, this guy, he's streaming on behalf of Big Dirk, I believe. He's streaming to. It's blaming everything on Vini. For the person, no, listen. I can't do this right now, brother.
Starting point is 01:22:37 I appreciate, though. I want you to clear. No, I need you to clear that up. I need you to, brother. That's what's what's said in court, bro. But no, that's not what's said in court. But that's the legal team. Vani took a...
Starting point is 01:22:46 Listen, why are you running, my guy? This is what I'm saying, Viny... Listen, that's all I'm telling you. Hold on, my Belizeon, brother. Listen, all I'm saying is... Yo, security week. Security week, I'm gonna keep it up being with you. Shout to my man Rico.
Starting point is 01:23:01 If we out there, it's time to bulldoze shit, nigga. Back up, bro. Back the fuck up. Stop playing. Back the fuck up, nigga. I take that little... What's that shit? That net shit off your head, nigga?
Starting point is 01:23:10 We take that shit off your head, nigga, like the fuck. Get the coofy off of here, man. Stop it, nigga. Don't get mad to Trappler Roos, they're mad at the prosecutor. They're in the courthouse, man. Cut it out.
Starting point is 01:23:21 Stop the shenanigans. Stop the shenanigans. Oh, y'all over here trying to... I got to call Trapp Lois. They're trying to treat them out there. By the time this trial's done, Trappler is going to be Dirt's reporter. Trap, it's cool.
Starting point is 01:23:38 You could do the videos at home. Just we want to hear you. Let me tell you this. You the most popular nigga out there, nigga like, nigga, when I show up out there, nigga, I'm shutting shit down. But right now you're the most popular
Starting point is 01:23:48 nigga out there, nigga. They're trying to influence you, left, right, center, nigga. They know that if you say something, I'm reporting it, everybody's reported it. They're trying to control that voice. No. Dirk's the voice.
Starting point is 01:24:00 Right now you're the voice in the courtroom, nigga, you gotta be honest. Don't worry. After you say something, I didn't even agree. Like, I know you didn't say snitch, but I knew what was going on, so I took it differently.
Starting point is 01:24:12 If you say something, I might even, disagree with you. You know what I'm going to do? I'm going to just go listen to five other people. But I don't, I don't like when, you know, you independent media, you are journalists. Nobody should build your opinion. Okay. Now, granted, I'm not saying he's building an opinion because he's kind of also having a discussion too. He's trying to, you know, there's somebody's life and freedom weighing in the balance. But, but also, you can't turn this media shit into report positively now or else, right?
Starting point is 01:24:45 So positive discussions I think are okay, but, you know, let's not do the confront. And, you know, it's a tenuous situation. Keep in mind, another thing I want to say to like, you know, Big Dirk's family and everybody else. Bro, they sent one chick out there, nigger, not with no cameras, not with no intern, not with makeup and glam, nigga. She's from L.A. Mag, nigga. This is not Dittie's trial. Dittie's trial at news trucks from block to block, nigga.
Starting point is 01:25:12 That shit was like almost an inauguration. With all the respect, we love Dirk, but we got to keep it a bean. Independent media is the only niggins who give a fuck about this shit. So please, y'all got to have some respect for these independent media niggins. This is not the Diddy Trial, nigga. When I look out there, that road is clear as hell, nigga. They had to barricade people off.
Starting point is 01:25:33 They had to have secret entrances, nigga. People had tents out there. This is not the Diddy Trial. Right now is a bunch of niggins that be on Shara Cology. You got a bunch of like independent media. People who love Dirk, who are interested in Dirk, don't try to, please, I'm trying to tell you, I don't try to bully the independent media niggas, and I see trap lore out there doing it. And again, you know, I also feel bad because he white too, because, you know what I mean,
Starting point is 01:25:56 again, niggis going to think they're going to get it off on the white dude. Like, nigga, you got an accent, nigga, you're from UK. Fuck out of here, nigga, you think this is, nigga, like, you're not central. See, get out there, you know what I mean? But let's be honest. I want to let you all know. This trial is not, I don't, if y'all see ABC News out there, it's CNN out there. is core TV out there.
Starting point is 01:26:15 Do y'all see any of these outlets out there? Nick, even Laura La Rosa's bum-ass ain't out there. You know why? She's going to call up, hey, can I get a statement? That's all she do. So when you see people out there put into work, this is the media. Now, granted, of course, you should have a relationship with them,
Starting point is 01:26:30 but please don't intimidate, bro. Don't intimidate. Don't intimidate. There's a lot of journalists around the courtroom. There's going to be some pro-Dirk. There's going to be some who see it. Not necessarily not pro-Dirk, but they're going to be like,
Starting point is 01:26:43 now I don't think it's looking good. A lot of them to have the opinion. Anyway. On behalf of the Ouma, brother, you made a folly, a fugaboo, where you said that Lil Dirk is blaming everything on Viny. For the person, no, listen. That's what I can't do this right now, brother. I appreciate that.
Starting point is 01:26:57 I want you to clear that. No, I need you to clear that up. That's what's said in court, bro. But no, that's not what's said in court. That's the legal team. Vani took, listen, why are you running, my guy? This is what I'm saying, Viny. Listen, that's all I'm telling you.
Starting point is 01:27:10 Hold on my Belize you, brother. Listen, all I'm talking. All I'm saying is Vani. Why is sound like Dr. Umar right there? Accountability and then tried to drag Dirk in. Why did Dedees lawyers say that Voni is touching with the cartel? I have no idea. All I'm saying is we don't want you to put the narrative out there
Starting point is 01:27:25 that little Dirk is on the stand or testifying against anybody. You said Dirk, you said Dirk is blaming it on him. He's not. The legal team is saying he has nothing to do with. Okay, I kind of understand that little nuance right here. Yeah. I know you want to say Dirk's legal team is him, but it's a legal strategy.
Starting point is 01:27:42 it's not Dirk saying, let's point the finger, let's point the finger. Even though, I mean, I guess it kind of comes down to it because at the end of the day, you know, Dirk does have the full control of his legal team. What Vani accepted responsibility for? Do you understand? Do you understand the difference, sir? By the way, shout to this brother right here. I don't know who he is, but I'm glad that he was able to control himself once you walk in that
Starting point is 01:28:10 federal building. And now you're going to have Trappler Ross, who's about to check in. I want to shout out to this brother. Hey, I don't know, I'm not Muslim. Is al-Alam al-Aqa, some Muslim shit? Peace be on to you, brother. Whatever you say it in your language or whatever you do. I'm glad you restrange yourself and also stop the confrontation
Starting point is 01:28:32 once he walked in that building. I don't want you to get banned either. They're not tolerating Negro shit down there. Okay? That Negro nonsense is not happening down there. Okay? So y'all could have that conversation with him on. Once he walks in that building, lower that tone, whatever, whatever.
Starting point is 01:28:48 And they'd be like, you know, hopefully I could talk to you later. Good, sir. That's it. But I want to shout to this guy because you see these cops that they ain't playing none of that. Nigger, this is not Shirek, nigga, this is none of that. Like, nigga, they're getting niggas the fuck out of there. You know, and by the way, you even hear, you hear the, you hear them screaming. No filming in the building.
Starting point is 01:29:09 Y'all can't do this. This ain't viral. Like, what the fuck? He might even get banned for this because they did publish you. He was not supposed to publish this. He's not supposed to... Once you walk into a federal building, you're not supposed to publish it.
Starting point is 01:29:20 So I guarantee, off of this video, he's probably banned. Bro, it's federal building, brother. They're not playing games. Now, I'm gonna repost it. But, you know, I don't think it's gonna affect my standing
Starting point is 01:29:33 if I want to pull up. I'm gonna be like, nigga, shit. We just post shit. Like, I didn't film in the federal building. Watch, they're gonna be mad at even my caption. Trappler Ross gets confronted. you damned if you do you're damned if you don't like there's niggas that wants you to do media that just says no dirk is getting out tomorrow he's not the fuck so like for example i just put up
Starting point is 01:30:11 the caption i said trap low ross gets confronted by dirk supporters now they're doing confrontations but i guarantee they don't want it to be reported as confrontations you know why it's going to come to the the the it's going to come to the attention of the judge and the judge is going to shut that shit down they get like judge judge judge jes you're like judge do not give a fuck about Dirk. And he do not give a fuck about who's here to support Dirk. Like, nigger, you could go home and catch it on a transcript. On behalf of the Oommer.
Starting point is 01:30:43 Okay. And they're wilding on the boy out there, man. Is Sidney Nash chilling? Yeah, Sadie Nash ain't even put up another video. Like, the only person who really putting up videos during the day is trap, bro. Okay, okay. All right, here we go. Here we go.
Starting point is 01:31:06 here we go. All right, we got two do not videos. Let's play. What's up? It's your board did not here to give you a quick update, day four at the LaDirk trial. Earlier, I gave you a statement about a text message. LeDurk sent to Jason Smith on August 18, 2012, basically saying that he was calling off any attack on Cuando Rondo in Los Angeles. Well, the prosecutors have looped around to make it seem as if LeDirk was just, basically covering his tracks. Also, prosecutors have unzip exhibit number 200. That is the evidence that was found his phone that was confiscated from his house
Starting point is 01:31:49 out into home invasion from June 2021. The evidence that Loddirk did not want anyone to see were screenshots talking about Cuando Rondo returning to Savannah, screenshots of a Instagram post of Kondo Rundo having a show in May the first and screenshots of a May 4th, 2021 post of Wondo Rundo being shot at. And then the very next day on May 5th, 2021 is when Astro Not Sound LLC became acquainted with LaDirk Financial. That is an update for now.
Starting point is 01:32:31 Let me know what you guys are thinking in the comments section below. And I will do a full live screen. on my YouTube channel search at Donot Savage analysts and you guys will find me What's up? It's your boy, Denot, here to give you a quick update, day four at the LaDirk trial. Earlier,
Starting point is 01:32:48 I gave you a statement about a text message that LeDirk said to Jason Smith. Okay. So Jason Smith is booking flights. He's a civilian, though. My son, boy, Denot, here at La Dirk Trial Day 4, man. Listen, I wrote about 15 to 20 pages
Starting point is 01:33:04 of notes and I'm going to break it all down to you on my YouTube channel. Search at Denot Savage Analyst and you can find me, man. Today was so heavy. They brought up the video from November the 6th, 2020 when King Vaughn passed away. They brought up text messages between Dirk and Jason Smith, man. Let me tell you something. Earlier, I had my information wrong. It's going to be forever fuck that nigga bunny and fuck OTF. But as far as Jason Smith, that's a real nigga. I can tell from the communication between him and the Lourke, how they was talking about King Bond
Starting point is 01:33:37 and the sentiments that they share, man. That's a real nigga right down, man. So make sure you guys, check out my YouTube channel. I'm going to tell you everything that happened today, the good, the bad, and the ugly, man. So, you know, free dirt. All right, here's another update from Trap. The trap running around that damn courthouse
Starting point is 01:33:56 trying to just get a video in game. So one of the interesting things that came out today was kind of this discussion of, you know, Lil Dirk's moves when it came to managing his phone, his phone numbers, his privacy. He basically had allegedly 17 different phone numbers between the years of 2018 and 2024. Now, we're hearing kind of a lot of different testimony about group chats and how he was conducting himself, what he was doing with his phones. Apparently there was a text thread where he said, yo, I deleted my text today. Dede said you deleted it and Dirk sent a voice message saying,
Starting point is 01:34:24 yeah, I delete my text every day. And my whole thread, the wind is blowing my pages. They basically said he deletes his threads every single day. He doesn't want none of these messages on his phone. That doesn't prove anything, but it's like very, very interesting that you had 17 phone numbers during that period of time. There was also a lot of talk about some group chats that were being kind of used quite frequently. And there was apparently a very big OTF group chat that had some of the most famous people in OTF. Apparently there was Doody Lowe, Booney Moe, there was Didi in there. Apparently another well-known OTF member by the name of Wook, you know, Wookadooka-Dook from the songs. And then obviously somebody in there apparently called Loyal.
Starting point is 01:35:03 and, well, other people who were unidentified. Now, we did hear a little bit of some voice messages from some of these group chats, and they were quite interesting, but we was kind of partway through that testimony, and we hadn't quite got to the end of it. But I'm going to do another video kind of telling you a little bit more
Starting point is 01:35:19 about some of the messages that Dirk was sending back and forth, especially after the death of King Von. Obviously, it was very tragic what happened, and King Von, you know, lost his life too young. There were definitely some things that maybe he was going to answer for if he was still around. but at the same time, you know, no one should go out so young like that.
Starting point is 01:35:36 So it clearly affected Dirk a lot and we heard a lot of messages back and forth from exactly what was going down right after Von lost his life and how it all kind of played out with Dirk's mindset at the time. So I'll let you guys know kind of as soon as I can break all of those messages down for you. But yeah, Dirk having a whole, having dozens of phones, different numbers, all kinds of things. And sounding like he was definitely trying to move smart, but unfortunately not everybody in the crew was moving as smart as Dirk. So one of the interesting things that came out today was kind of this discussion.
Starting point is 01:36:07 Okay. What was that girl? We played her video earlier. I'm trying to see if her video is she has a new video. Okay. Any updates? Any updates from anyone else? Oh, we were listening to Trenches News, huh?
Starting point is 01:36:45 People are claiming that Trenches News is hating. You don't like Dirk. What? The message, yo, out cloud. But that don't mean you deleted OTF jams or advice. or whoever else that they're looking at too. Hey, the fans ain't come with that heat yet. I'm telling y'all, they didn't come with the heat.
Starting point is 01:37:02 But I just thought I had to come with a little update. And now that I heard, Ola name, because they're good dudes. Ola is a good dude, bro. He is a civilian. And he tried to get people out the trenches, bro. And I just feel like Dirk took advantage of that shit, man. That's how I feel. Now, you could come and say, oh, man, they stole something, man.
Starting point is 01:37:21 Just look, let's listen to me. He didn't fire them. until the feds came around now they look i'm gonna fire them just the case the fed now they stole something this gonna be my thing it was like he plotted bro and now he got his stuff and some shit he can't even get out of man on that thing bro and i just keep it real i don't think little dirt told and on viny he should viny viny hey look he's telling on a dirty cop if a dirty cop could lock you up take you to jail for drugs put drugs on you put guns on you you ain't allowed to tell them you a snitch if you tell on him and he studied sending you to jail for five six years of your life like
Starting point is 01:38:01 hey it's a lot of people too tough for me but i know the people who be saying that shit they ain't never walk nothing down they ain't never chase nothing they ain't never hop out no cars and none of that and that's a good thing but child shit y'all opinion shouldn't even matter about this situation when you talking about fight for your life and a motherfucker who was with you and did all the dirty work he's saying that you know he did in the name of you for immunity so that's that you know y'all want little dirt you just sit there and and i ain't on little dirt side little dirt is still guilty he going to jail drew nil waited too late but i'm i'm a journalist and i just called the trial fair i call it fair how i see it it ain't if i say oh drew nymph just did that or brian still them
Starting point is 01:38:42 they just made a valid point that don't mean i'm saying that little dirt coming home bro like don't take my words and run with it if less i said that little dirt coming home no he ain't coming home though It's too much evidence Vani went back and forth to the house with them All the guys You know what I'm talking about They buying sprinters and shit With his name
Starting point is 01:39:01 And Lil Durka try to say Oh the manager and all that Well the manager Fing to get up there and say I did it for dirt Because he ain't trying to go to jail On everything And he's a civilian
Starting point is 01:39:10 On there thing Jason and Ola Bro they're civilians They ain't game members They ain't been You ain't gonna see them in no videos You probably seen them around Vind them in a building
Starting point is 01:39:21 Like Atlantic or whoever they signed to, Empire, whoever they didn't visit the studios or the record labels. You probably seen him with them, you know. So he is certified civilian, man. He a good dude. He put people on. He's already a millionaire, so he ain't got to steal from nobody.
Starting point is 01:39:39 So I know that's a lot, man. Hey, but one thing I got to say, hey, Jason, handle your business, man. Hey, dude. Yeah, Dirk, in my interview admitted that his manager, stole from him right dirk stole I think he admitted
Starting point is 01:40:03 in the interview I had with him what did he do that's him talking about a young boy let me just look at he basically admit that he got
Starting point is 01:40:19 rid of everybody anytime an artist say they got they got rid of everybody remember 6-9 6-9 said the same thing right before you went down didn't he say that
Starting point is 01:40:36 on my interview all right right still then here we're I'm talking about I didn't fire my whole management team I had to take over my bills I had to take over the Now
Starting point is 01:40:57 A lot of people feel like that's like the preemptive thing that people do When they're about to get caught 6-9 did that remember we did at the breakfast club Where it's like not look 6-9 did Kind of a similar thing look 6-9 interview Breakfast Club Uh
Starting point is 01:41:18 You died, that wasn't true. No, but listen to me, right? The whole interview did we talk about any... This early, though. Nah, I was... This was written on the project, November 23rd. I'm on her, because, you know what I'm saying? She's getting paid.
Starting point is 01:41:39 You think if she wasn't getting paid, she'll be there? No. So did your whole tour? Yeah, I can't say everything. There's so much money out here to be stealing. Like, you know what I'm saying? You got to get out of there. We figured people were stealing.
Starting point is 01:41:50 That was the reason. Yeah, like, a lot of people think I'm on cocaine. like people think like I'm on cocaine now bugging and like they like yo you just paranoid like but I know like you know what I'm saying how did you find out they was stealing from you it's crazy it's crazy crazy like I'm the hottest artist in fucking in the world like ain't like my streaming numbers is retarded like my numbers like you pull them up comparing to people because Drake is crazy who Drake's numbers oh no yeah shout out the
Starting point is 01:42:26 But you got to understand. Why did you fire everybody? He was talking about it. I'm the hottest artist in America. Right? My rate right now for shows is 100,000. Nothing under 100,000. So they're like,
Starting point is 01:42:42 yo, we got these 15 dates for you, right? These dirty-ass booking agents, right? Like, yo, we have 60,000 for this, this, that, and the third, right? I'm like, yo, why's so low? Why is it 60K? Listen to Kashi We're cleaning up your name right now Where um
Starting point is 01:42:59 You know these venues are scared of you Because right now as we all know These venues don't want nothing to do with me They are afraid of me They're like yo This kid is a loose cannon He's a liability I told you that was going to happen right
Starting point is 01:43:11 Yeah of course but I don't care I don't stop my money It's not stopping my money Because I'm still get booked You gotta understand There's a difference Live Nation has their venues WME has their venues
Starting point is 01:43:23 I think Carol Lewis Other one, they got their venues. There's other venues. You're never going to stop me. You're not going to stop me. I knew this from coming into the game. I'm like, yo, I'm going to get away with everything I want to get away with. Anyway, let's get back to it.
Starting point is 01:43:39 So these dirty promoters, right? And this is MTA book and they're dirty. Listen, I go out and I go out and I'm like, yo, you know, these venues are scared of you. You can't go here. And most of the money, the. reason Cicc because most of the money is going to security and the local police because they don't want you
Starting point is 01:44:01 there and they feel like it's so we have to pay for it. So I'm like, all right, cool. I want to clean my name. Let's get it. Let's get started. You want to know what these dirty promoters did? What do you do? So I'm in LA, right? I meet with just say I meet with some people, right? That
Starting point is 01:44:23 they about their shit. Right? I'm not going to say who. Street dudes. I just meet with some people I make a deal. They're about their shit. They're like, yo, we booked this show for you. The day of the show was yesterday. They're like, yo, come to, you got a show here.
Starting point is 01:44:40 I'm not going to say because then they'll put one-and-one together. I don't want to put their business out there because they're good people. I say, I'm not going to the show. Why are you not going to the show? At $60,000, like my rate, everybody knows my rate is $100k and over. No, we actually gave you way more than it. They called me and say, are you? crazy?
Starting point is 01:44:59 We just put the 80,000 front end in. Deposit, so it was 160. Wow. So I'm like, hold on, what? They say, yeah, are you crazy? But they said, yo, the promoters, listen to me. They like, you know, the promoters just called me.
Starting point is 01:45:17 Okay, so that's a promoter. Let's get to why he stopped fucking with his gang. And I'll give you props. Every blood is not your blood. I'll just put that like that. Now, like it's snowing outside. This shooting season, you know what I'm saying? I ain't worry about that.
Starting point is 01:45:32 Yo, you got to understand, right? Not where I'll be at. And you got the kind of money where you can come where I'll be at. Where you be at? I'm not telling you. I don't know what you're type around it. My thing is, right? Man, this was before Charlotte Maine got compromised, bro.
Starting point is 01:45:48 And let's just get off that. It's like watching a funeral video, bro. 30 booking agency. To that life situation. And let's bring it to the New York. York situation too the restaurant yeah that's around I learn the hallway right and I give you props every blood is not your blood I just put that like that right correct there's a difference between being a gang member and just being a dirty
Starting point is 01:46:20 nigger you feel me and 80% of this industry is dirty niggas 90 dirty Dirty. You know what it is? You know, not for a real. You know what it is? You know what it is? It's crazy because he's not black, but like you knew what he was saying. At least to me, didn't have racism in it.
Starting point is 01:46:44 He's just really just disgusted with the niggas. You know, grown-ass man, right? You got kids. Like, you're a grown man. Mattress on the floor. Babies like, daddy, daddy, daddy. Milk, milk. And you'll be on Instagram.
Starting point is 01:46:57 Like, nah, no, no, hold on, hold on. Damn. Why? Watching me on a kid with rainbow hair six nines on his face press like call over we got to go like you don't got no car You worried about a kid with rainbow hair you're not feeding your daughter She running around like daddy my stomach her milk like you got the mattress on the floor you worry these is dirty bloods like Okay, okay we got a speed run through all this because This there is some updates we got so this is dirt talking about why he cut off his manager
Starting point is 01:47:32 and, you know, he doesn't really say the guys, but he kind of ludes to it. Everything they got better, you know what I'm saying? I'm saying. I'm the mood of the negative energy from around me. See everything slowed down that and everything, like moving better. I'm so I got a better team. I got new management. Like, Nick, when I say almost here, I'm talking about I didn't fire my whole management team. I had to take over my bills.
Starting point is 01:47:59 I had to take over the taxes. I had to take over who I was paying. I had to find out who's stealing. I had to find out who fake. I got to find out motherfucking. Now, you got to imagine Dirk's guys watching this thing. Of course you find all this shit now when last year we killed everybody for you.
Starting point is 01:48:22 Allegedly. But that's supposedly, you know, this is how his guys is watching this too. Who I could trust. I got to find out. Also, remember I told you a couple months after this, he was communicating in text allegedly claiming that he knew that Jam was telling. So it's a possibility while he was sitting with me. He's kind of eluding to that saying, yeah, I stop fucking with certain niggas because niggas is telling.
Starting point is 01:48:48 With a safe place, everything at one time. Everything at one time. And all this is happening in two months. He said two months. We did this interview. we did this interview when did we did this interview was it like May or something
Starting point is 01:49:07 what happened that gave you that realization like yo y'all got to make a change because usually people shit nigga shit you know I'm a hundred pounds heavier right here right a hundred pounds heavier yeah could I get
Starting point is 01:49:23 W for acting the building by the way shout to you know listen there's health issues and crisis going on let me tell you this it's by God's blessing you know I was able to lose some weight because I'm telling you, when I was that heavy, nigga like, nigga, you were sleeping was a bad
Starting point is 01:49:39 problem. Nick I was 278, 278. That's my heaviest. I never got to 280 but it was like right there like 278 nigga nigga currently I stepped on a scale, was it this morning? Um, 180
Starting point is 01:49:55 188. I'm 188. I'm 188 And I just like I did some fat shit I ate like some olive garden and shit Yeah I saw me with the Alvgarten yesterday I ate it for like the last two days So you know you know that possible
Starting point is 01:50:08 And really gained a little bit away for you But yeah that's the damn of the hundred pounds right 278 to 188 Trust me Life improvement I be seeing niggas be talking about That old Zempick this and third I don't even got time to be arguing with no niggas about
Starting point is 01:50:22 Oh did you do this and that All I could tell a nigga When I was 278 I did not sleep good I don't sleep good now because, well, I won't sleep good ever because I'm constantly streaming. Trust me. When you're that fat? And that's why, like, I love all my content creators who like losing weight.
Starting point is 01:50:37 Trust me, bro. Like, that was not a good life. So, like, trust me, I feel a lot healthier now. Shit, I used to be fucking bitchy. And this used to be like, niggie, you'd be snoring like, this sound like a jet going on. Nigger now it's a little bit chill a lot more. I'm telling you. So I look at, I look back at these and I'm like, shit, I'm glad I was keeping working.
Starting point is 01:50:57 But let me tell you this, man. You could make $50 million dollars, man. We just seen what happened to pee. You can make $50 million. Nigger like, that should do not matter. Nigger like, you, you, 300 pounds, that shit do not matter. You know what I'm saying? Like, you are not going to survive.
Starting point is 01:51:09 You're going to just pass that on to the first bitch that fuck you and get pregnant. Maybe your mama could start a fun for diabetes in your name, but that's it, niggas. So I say that to say when I look at this, you know, you know, I love what niggas be talking about my weight. None of y'all can say nothing to me. Straight up. And that's what my niggas be like, yo, how did you lose the weight? I used to try to explain, like, you know, I'm mad active, nigga.
Starting point is 01:51:30 Every day I'm outside doing shit. But niggas don't want to hear that. Niggas is going to talk about it was. I'm like, nigga, even if it was, nigga, like, what niggis should be happy is that I'm healthy. Or I'm much more healthier now. Even though I still drink. I ain't given up to drinking.
Starting point is 01:51:42 If I give it a drinking, I'll be 160. 160. But that's too frail. Anyway. They got a bubble. This is recently. This is last year. This is last year.
Starting point is 01:51:54 Like, I'd rather sit back in game playing and figure out how I want to of my life before I even step back in the camera to try to get some quick money. I could easily came back dissing and I can do all that. I could say let's go to this. It's kind of interesting when, like, you know, I think some people might look at this interview in hindsight and be like, yeah, you don't have to diss all the niggas that you're beefing with.
Starting point is 01:52:21 Remember, 2022, it's ironic he named the album calls Almost Heal. Everybody who was beefing with dirt got killed. Young boy probably is the only nigga When he didn't get touched They were sending shots at Guantorando's cranium Nigger niggas in Chicago Get an extra belt Niggas in Savannah belt
Starting point is 01:52:39 It was belt everywhere Like Dirk gave so much belt in 2022 The nigga dropped an album saying Yeah I think I'm good now Have you ever seen the nigga like Slod so much That he's like yeah I think I'm straight now Like the nigga got so much revenge in 2022
Starting point is 01:52:54 In 2020 he start telling people, I think I'm good now. 2024, kind of going into that, he's like, yo, I think this shit about to catch up with me. 2024, like in October, he gets locked up. It's really what happened. Y'all think he's don't want to admit it. But that's what happened.
Starting point is 01:53:14 Chat, that's literally what happened. I'm telling you. I'm telling you. In 2022, Dirt got every get back you could ever want, man. There was no niggas beefing with dirt. And like him in 6-9, they're not not beefing. Like, you know what I mean? Told my niggas who, like, he felt this, some of those people.
Starting point is 01:53:41 Niggas he'd been beefing with it back in, you know, in Chicago. Nigger, everybody got clapped. He's having a blast. Should have ducked. He's clowning computer murders for this guy. Aha for this guy. Like, Dirk is having a blast. Every one of his ops, they're just dying.
Starting point is 01:53:58 Left, right, dying. 203 is like, oh, shit. These niggins that did the murders might be snitching. in 2024 he gets caught unfortunately celebrity game and play ball for money less box less motherfuckerman rap battle niggas said quando say he didn't get killed nigga quando it says like quando's man
Starting point is 01:54:18 hit dirk up asking for a truce my nigga the fuck like nigga dirt done sent like a hundred shots at the niggins head like I'm sorry I get it like yeah you can say a quando survived but in that's in that period quando dropped his flag Cuando had his people reach out to squash beef and Dirk said, nigger,
Starting point is 01:54:37 the only piece you fit to get is piece of the switch. He's getting shot at at every show. Can't do shows. He got shot at at three occasions before his cousin died. Bro, stop it, bro. Like y'all niggas got, y'all got to stop doing this make-belief shit. Dirk was fucking terrorizing people.
Starting point is 01:54:53 Dirk was terrorizing, niggas, like how goddamn 22, Dirk terrorized niggas, like how King Vaughn terrorized 63rd for his whole life. Come on, let's be honest, man. We got to keep it a beam. Bro, you think, yo, the niggas at, bro, when you in L.A. nigga, like you at the Beverly Center,
Starting point is 01:55:10 you're thinking about, I'm about the cop of fit, shots at you. You think about doing a show. Hey, I'm glad y'all came out. I don't care if it's 15 of y'all here. I'm going to rock out. You leave the show, shots at you. You down there in Georgia, nobody's even down there by where you at. You thinking that, oh, them Chicago niggas, because we all know Chicago niggas do not take the bus.
Starting point is 01:55:29 Chicago niggas like, yo, you can move like. Two miles away, nigga. It's like you move to a different country, like Chicago, nigs are usually broke. But you got Dirk allegedly funding this shit. They're going to Savannah, nigga. It shot the shit up twice. You can't tell me to my,
Starting point is 01:55:44 listen, we glad Kondo ain't get killed. But, nigga, they were sending shots at Kondo's head every fucking 60 days. Stop it. If y'all want to rewrite history, rewrite history. But every 60 days, Kondo was getting shot at.
Starting point is 01:56:00 Now, granted, maybe you can say, like his shooters don't got to aim. But nigger, every 60 days you can't do shows. You're not even safe in your own state. You go to Cali. Niggins is flying day to go with me. You're like, bro, you got to stop it. We got to just be honest.
Starting point is 01:56:16 Dirk is a fucking... He's like a terrorist for Vaughn. Not enough for Cuando. Let's be honest. Bro, they ask him for peace. He ain't asked for peace. He told him to catch peace of the switch. I know. Quando with young boy, maybe young boy would not be
Starting point is 01:56:33 on that type of shit because young boy he on that whatever we just talk about smirk and quando that nigger was doing a lot what he was doing of course he was going to get locked up this think it was dying he was so thirsty for blood thirsty it's like vaughn nigga vaughn kill seven niggas bro like allegedly seven people k i killed this person kill that person was just killing people left right like nigga at some point he was going to go to jail so you know what we're not going to do is act like, oh yeah, like Kwanda was having a blast while Dirk was, no, Dirk, you could see, look at his eyes, look at his face,
Starting point is 01:57:13 that nigga was focused still on sliding, and then after all the sliding ended, he said he was healed. That's a fact. He said that, he said it was healed, okay? Beet whatever you can call it. I can do all that, but I'm a thinker. I want to sit back how I'd be like, damn, I got to do this for my kids.
Starting point is 01:57:32 I got to make sure bro. I got to make sure both them mama good. I got to make sure broding them who died. They kids. Oh shit, we got duty low. Duty low. We can't keep it hot on here. I'm going to answer, though.
Starting point is 01:57:50 Yeah, I am. You want to call you out of all for this? I call you all for this. Hey, man, free smirk, man. Free smirk. Yo, hey, by the way, I've seen y'all out there, the courthouse. Just make sure y'all keep it calm, though,
Starting point is 01:58:03 because I see the free dirt shirts. We can't have it where people feel like, you know, it's a mom. But I know, I know y'all see them. It ain't no mind. We come as unity and peace. That's what I'm calling to tell you. Good.
Starting point is 01:58:13 We come as unity and peace and all our life. We change their image. Like, we bring this together. Do not jump Traplor. Don't jump him. Traplore my boy, man. Shout out Traplore, Royal. Okay, good.
Starting point is 01:58:27 Are you hearing me, though? Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I got you. I got you. I shot to Duty Low. Shout to OTF, man. Love to Smirk.
Starting point is 01:58:35 Who's in the chat, man. Free smirk in the chat. Hey, y'all. We love y'all support, man. Keep going. And, by the way, shout to our Machine Gun Kelly and also we had G. Herbal who popped out. Shout out Herb, shout out Machine Gun Kelly, man. Shout to everybody that's outside supporting.
Starting point is 01:58:56 We love, y'all. Shout out to Sadie Nash. Shout out Mickey Truff. Even shout out Trapp Lord Ross. All right, bro. I'm going to hit you over this, all right? All right, bet. I bet.
Starting point is 01:59:07 Love, bro. Duty, low. okay anyway so i think dirk was kind of having like you know he was probably having a lot of trust issues at this point so you go through that peak of like yo niggas you know oh nobody in sliding i bet we got we got everybody that we need to get kind of pretty much damn there you feel what i'm saying and we got to stop saying like you know even yes a young boy kind of is the origin of this type of shit but i'm gonna be honest with you i'll come kind of feel like, and this is going to sound crazy,
Starting point is 01:59:46 I feel like Dirt looked at young boy like 6-9, like, meaning, yes, he got into it, Cuando's crew, but he didn't get into it with young boys' crew. So he just kind of feel like he's just kind of bickering with him back and forth. It's like 6-9. 6-9 been talking shit about Dirk for the longest. He ain't never run into 6-9. It's not like 6-9 man's, like, did something to his people.
Starting point is 02:00:08 So, like, he kind of, obviously he can't troll like 6-9, but, like, he's keeping it there. Right? Like, and I'm only saying that because if what the feds are saying, nigger, it don't seem like Dirk had no actual enemies that he wasn't sending killers at. Now, maybe there's some shit I didn't hear when it was like with young boys. But I don't think he was sending killers and a young boy. I think he was down to like do all the trolling shit.
Starting point is 02:00:35 Then Vaughn gets killed and he's like, I bet we got to get Cuando. Now, obviously, you know, young boy was on house arrest and shit like that. But anyway, he kind of cut off all his team. He's talking about it on his interview. I got to make sure. So one word, one little, one bar I say, anything can fuck everything up. Okay. You guys should watch that interview, watch it again.
Starting point is 02:00:58 We got Trappler Ross. Whatever. Okay, whatever. All right. I thought we had another update. We dons on his face. No, we just had. Press light.
Starting point is 02:01:13 No. Hold on, no, we did have an update. Where's the update at? Oh, it's Taylor Perrice. Oh, so here's the thing, too. And this is what, you know, I keep saying this to dirt fans. I'm not saying this to, like, make y'all feel like whatever, but these things are going to matter.
Starting point is 02:01:28 Like, for example, Taylor Peres, like, it says, Mother of Surveyor Robinson, that's the victim, little pop, who was killed in the alleged murder for plot and is being prosecuted. Okay? Um, in, well, being prosecuted in, yeah, in Dirk's case, like, they're prosecuting Dirk for that. As she was leaving, fans of Dirk was yelling to her. And she had to give the middle finger or something like that. Let's see.
Starting point is 02:01:59 So I think that's them. I think that's the family of, um, Sabaya. Now, I don't see the mom flipping off the supporters. Y'all can tell me if y'all see it. Oh, unless, is it here? Let's have to zoom in a little bit more. We don't know which one's the mom. But it's these three women.
Starting point is 02:02:38 Yeah, I don't see it, Chai. By the way, you can tell there's a lot of, you see, even this young woman here she has a free dirk shirt on i i don't see the i don't see the i don't see the i don't see the middle finger so i'm not too sure what taylor would say maybe maybe she's seeing something that i that she's not captured on camera anyway look at the difference between india walking out of court look this is india they're playing the music you know they super supportive it's very different so You know, we got to keep it.
Starting point is 02:03:21 Be careful with that. Let's keep it careful. All right. Yesterday, Dirk's father, Dante Banks, was leaving the court and he was greeted by free Dirk's fans. So, you know, we've got to be very careful with that protesting outside of that courtroom. Also, here's the thing. Another thing that, you know, fans not going to like me saying this. They got one, or at least.
Starting point is 02:03:56 let's say they got two black people on the jury. They got people from their 20s to their 40s on the jury. They're probably not into rap. They're probably not into, like, urban culture. When they show up to that fucking courthouse and they see all y'all mobbing and y'all doing this, they might take it more than support. You know, usually white people scared of black people already.
Starting point is 02:04:16 They might just look at that and be like, oh, man, this is that street shit. You know one of them jurors that did get dismissed actually said, you know them them defendants look guilty they look like what guilty niggins would look like now that person got dismissed but yeah there's certain people this is california you know when they hear gang culture you know the bloods and crips like run over there they see people mobbing out everybody there they're playing loud music remember this is the courthouse y'allel y'all playing loud music it's not a club this is not a cookout this is not a cookout
Starting point is 02:04:52 Now, I get it, you want to keep the energy up. But them jurors walking out there, you know how white people look when they see a bunch of Negroes turning up loud music, people smoking. You know what they do, cross the street. You know damn what's up. So imagine them jurors coming out. They hear all this noise, boomboxes, niggas dancing, niggis got the shirts on, throwing up signs, dropping rakes, all that shit. They cross the street. And they'd be like, these motherfuck.
Starting point is 02:05:25 fuck is it's guilty. I'm just letting y'all know. I'm letting y'all know. I'm letting y'all know. Unfortunately, we live in a country where a lot of people from middle America who happen to be white, they look at urban culture as criminal culture. They look at, oh, these guys cause disturbances. Oh, look, we're at a courthouse setting and they got music blasting. You know what they're going to look at and say, too? Damn, the court officials are scared. to them, they don't even go tell them, like, you can't play this music that loud. Oh, you can't play that music that loud in front of courthouse. You're disturbing the peace.
Starting point is 02:06:10 These people come from nice, calm, quiet communities. You know when I turn to my community? I'll be bumping music on the highway, this and third. Loud as hell. I'm listening to Young boy, Dirk, everything. When I get into my community, I turn the music down, nigger. Straight up. That shit is not round ahead.
Starting point is 02:06:29 I got to keep it on it. Now you might be like, oh, that's some sellout shit. But this is a jury. Just like how the reason why the lawyers can't comment, you don't want to, because they don't want to, in some way, the media picks up a comment by a lawyer and it affects a juror who doesn't listen to the judge and watches the case.
Starting point is 02:06:50 What do you think the jurors are thinking when they walk outside the courtroom? They see niggas smoking weed. They see loud music being played. All these nays got the same shirt on. They might see niggas that got tattoos on their face. Brof, like, if you think that do not matter, yeah, all it, nigger. Man, if you don't know about California these days,
Starting point is 02:07:12 especially like, you know, these type of people, nigga, they're scared to death of some niggas with tattoos on their face, throwing up gang signs, loud, smoking weed. They already have a stereotype. As soon as they see it, nigga, like, they think the worst. Anyway, I'll move on. I'll move on. I think people outside that courthouse,
Starting point is 02:07:31 their protest should be orderly. You could protest. You should show up in support. But trust me, we're going to get around in that courthouse when they be like, yeah, them people with the free dirt shirts, they're on some nigger shit.
Starting point is 02:07:48 They're acting out of character. You don't want to do that. All right. All right, all right, guys. Could we look at... Who are we looking at? Jam? Hmm.
Starting point is 02:08:01 No, why we're looking at Jim? We're looking at trap Loras, actually. Here we go. All right, so we got a very big update today after everything that kind of went down in court and one of the biggest updates was really tragic. We heard a lot of the messages that Dirk had apparently sent
Starting point is 02:08:23 after King Von passed away. And what was really interesting was that, you know, he gave an insight into his mindset some of the things that he was going through the way that he was apparently feeling when everything was going on. He said right after, he said, blood, this one got me feeling like Nuski.
Starting point is 02:08:37 Now, weirdly, the feds basically said, the FBI agents said that they didn't know who Nuski was. They kind of was asked, they was like, wait, who's Nuski, who's that? Now, obviously, anybody that's followed this case for a while knows that Nuski's little Dirk's cousin. Now, I don't think the irony is lost on anybody that Kondo Rondo's cousin, Lil Pab got killed in front of him, and we saw Kondo Rondo on the street screaming, no, that's exactly what happened to Lirke. There was a throwback video of him going around where he's screaming at the scene of Nuski's death, and, you know, he arrived to the scene right after it happened. So that was really, really tragic.
Starting point is 02:09:06 Dirk went on to say in a group chat, I'm dead inside blood, I feel like I lost one of y'all. This is this shit real. I can't full victim. And in another message, it actually sounded like he was basically denying being suicidal because he was so upset about what happened to Vom. So the day after that, the day after King Von passed away, one of his people basically followed up with him and said, how are you doing you straight? And Dirk said, yeah, I'm good. I'm in my feelings. Ready to put this shit together.
Starting point is 02:09:32 Now, the cops didn't even suggest or infer at that point that that was necessarily him. talking about, you know, planning the revenge. But it definitely showed that he was in a state of mind and he was looking, you know, to kind of move forward with however he felt about that. Somebody said to Dirk, dudes are going to be in... By the way, shout to Lauren Conlin. She hit us. She said, act.
Starting point is 02:09:52 Taylor, the person you played, she says, oh, I work with her. She's pretty good. And, you know, you'll see some of the similar style of reporting in terms of, like, you know, being detailed center. Third, third, she said, she gives a coson here, okay? Oh, man, all right. So we'll check out Taylor. Hey, Lauren, don't tell me you got too big on us.
Starting point is 02:10:18 Like, we need you. I know she's dealing with the David trial. I think she was doing, was she doing the Lindsay trial? I know she's been, you know, she has a few trials. She's already, like, caught up with. But, Lauren, I wish, I wish, I wish, I wish you, trust me. I 100% wish you were recovering. in this trial. Love you.
Starting point is 02:10:39 Their feelings for a while, it ain't easy to get over. Dirk said, I know, I ain't letting shit slide. Him dying turned me into a different animal. And basically, Dirk said, what if that was you? Von would be outside right now. And Dirk said, shit got me and my feelings too. And this was really sad to see that he said, shit sick. But I'm not sending myself off.
Starting point is 02:10:56 I can't. I feel like really, that was just the tip of the iceberg. We were kind of halfway through here and a bunch of messages from Dirk's phone and, you know, different group chats. They were talking about there's a big group thread with a bunch of, you know, really well-known OTF members like Boone Moe, Dede, Dudi, Boone Mo, all of those guys. So I don't know what said in them group chats. We heard a little bit of a voice note.
Starting point is 02:11:19 Apparently, Dirk obviously had, you know, said, I think it was around Christmas Day. He ain't squashing nothing. He ain't ready to squash the beef. You can take a piece of the switch. And he even said in one of them, Cuondo can die. So he was clearly really affected by the death of Von. Obviously, what ended up happening afterwards was very. very tragic. But I think there's going to be a lot more illuminating things that go on when it
Starting point is 02:11:40 come to the texts and everything like that. So I'll keep you guys updated as soon as I hear more. But that was what we heard today. It was a very, very big day. And there was no sign of OTF jam. I don't know if they delayed it. I don't know if something's going on behind the scenes. There were some private meetings between the lawyers. Usually they would announce it though. They'll be like, hey, we're going to bring on Casey Hester tomorrow and so and so and so that the judge could kind of plan how the day is going to go. But we were told. Remember the judge got to think about the jury. will they get break when they would get lunch um when will they be able to go home o tf jam
Starting point is 02:12:10 testimony would happen today they said that yesterday but it never happened so if it does happen you know i'm going to let you know but that's it from today okay all right so there was a very interesting update today and they played something in court that i didn't even think existed obviously i've been covering the king von situation since he was still alive i was covering king von's cases the k i case the malcolm stuckey case back in 2019 before any of this happened right so i really been on this case for damn near seven years at this point. But obviously the footage of King Von passing away was extremely big news.
Starting point is 02:12:44 There was that surveillance footage. It came out pretty much within 12, probably 20, at least 24 hours, if not 12 hours of Von actually passing away. We know that because it was all over social media, but not only that, right? People had sent it to Dirk and Dirk had even sent the footage of Vonn's death
Starting point is 02:12:59 that was recorded on camera to other people. I guess they're lowering the flag out here right now for some reason. I don't know what that's all about. Um, if someone passed away, but um, basically what, um, ended up being played in court was 4K footage of the King von death from both angles that had never been seen before. Same footage, but way, way more detail and longer. Now, what I learned from watching that footage that I had never seen before,
Starting point is 02:13:23 Cuondo Rondo was there hanging out in the area for quite an extended period of time. He was hanging out. He was comfortable. He was good. He didn't know that King Von was right there in the car waiting to hop out and sucker punch him and start a fight with him. But what's really interesting is in addition to that, we saw just much more detailed 4K footage of King Von running up, completely blind-sighting Kwondo, sucker punching him, swinging on him, going at him hard. And then after that,
Starting point is 02:13:48 obviously we saw Lil Tim firing the shots. You know, there's been debate whether you can see the shots fired. Did the police? People have said, oh, the police shot King Von. In this 4K video, you can see the muzzle flash. You could see all the shots that Lil Tim was firing, look like about three or four shots straight into King Von. Obviously it was King Von. Now here was some interesting stuff and I know a few people are going to be upset about this, but I'm just going to keep it real with you guys, okay? King Vaughn wasn't paralyzed, he couldn't stand, but he was moving his legs when they were dragging him to the car. That's the fact. Everyone said he was paralyzed, he was hitting the spine.
Starting point is 02:14:15 He wouldn't have been able to walk. If he lived, he'd have been in a wheelchair. Now I don't know about all that, but he was moving his legs when they got him into the car. And look, I'm just going to keep it real. People aren't going to like this, okay? But Muwot, he appeared for a brief moment to have actually slowed down King Von's journey to the hospital because everybody bundles in the back of the car that we now know vonie was driving the hellcat but it seems like muwop is like insisting on being the car he's trying to squeeze in the car it looked like there's already three or four people in the back row of the car muwops barely fit in there they can't close the door muwop down near climbs on top of somebody to get in the car and then they shut the door but it's like
Starting point is 02:14:46 the whole escape to the hospital was definitely delayed not by a long time but like you know at least a few seconds because like muwop was trying to force himself into the car now obviously he was there for king von he was the one that punched kwondo rondo and got him off of him It's no disrespect to move up, but it just shows what an awful chaotic mess that it was. And seeing that in crystal clear, federal 4K was a whole different experience. So that was crazy, but there's going to be a lot more that's going to come out soon. All right, so there was a very interesting update today, and they played something in court that I didn't even think existed. Oh, wow. Holy.
Starting point is 02:15:20 Oh, just give me one second. All right, Ceddy Nash is not putting nothing back up. All right. So good. Okay, we're going to go to. Taylor. Here we- Bruce of Los Angeles Magazine and as I was leaving the courthouse of day four of Lil Durk's trial,
Starting point is 02:17:22 I noticed a lot of free Dirk t-shirts standing around Trappler Ross. So I asked him about what was going on with that, what the feelings were outside. Yeah, but I jumped that, nigga. The courthouse today and this is what he said. Oh wow, I'm Trappler Ross. I'm here at the courthouse. I'm reporting on the Dirk trial. It's been very controversial.
Starting point is 02:17:37 I've been covering Dirk and, you know, his drill career as a rapper, one of, probably one of my favorite rappers. King Vaughn is definitely one of my favorite rappers. favorite rappers. Dirk is definitely up there. They call him the voice. But, you know, there's been a lot of things that have been tied to his names over the years. And we're here trying to find out what's going on, trying to find out, you know, who was responsible for the murder of Saviah Robinson. And the prosecution are bringing a pretty serious case against Lil Dirk and his alleged co-defendants. And we're trying to get to the bottom of it. But it's been very
Starting point is 02:18:05 controversial. I've got a lot of people who got the free Dirk crew kind of not, not super happy with me out here. So, we're saying it's free Dirk. So they're here to support Little Dirk. Why should we free Doug? What's the positive feelings you guys have got towards Doug? All my life, all my life, trying to keep me down. Trying to keep me down all these time to try to uh-uh-uh-uh. Well, the reason why is because one... Oh shit, this nigga popped out the blue. It's like brother Moussaun. He's our brother. So that's why I'm out here. I'm out here in support of the family.
Starting point is 02:18:48 and one with the family and one with the Muslims. And as a Muslim, inshallah, whatever happened, we seek forgiveness from Allah from Him. And we don't want to put his hands in the hands of the man of the federal government. Whatever we do, we ask God to protect us and cover our sins, and we'll deal with God and we seek Allah's mercy. Why? They're not spending millions of dollars to stop gang violence here in different rifts and beats. So we can...
Starting point is 02:19:11 This is a case about a Beverly Hills murder, right? That's been seven, so those issues are definitely going to get folks talking about in part two, right? Even the point of just so much injustice everywhere. This is the free Doug. I'm out here having conversations. I'm definitely not, you know, against people having their opinions on this situation. I do have a King Von tattoo. But I'm a massive fan of King Bong.
Starting point is 02:19:32 They want it to do right. Oh yeah, they're heckling that niggins. It's over. So all you know that are saying I'm biased, I don't like Doug. I got the King Vaugh tattoo and it's right here. What made you get it? What inspired you get it? He's one of my favorite rappers.
Starting point is 02:19:46 Change my life. Definitely, definitely kind of was somebody that had a huge impact on me. His music was incredible. But unfortunately, it does seem like, you know, there were two sides to King Bond. And the music was amazing. But allegedly, there were a lot of really bad things that happened. And, you know, we're going to find out what happens at the bottom of that. But anyway, as you can see, it's crazy out here, right?
Starting point is 02:20:05 I feel like that's what I'm going to say on this for now. I'll catch you guys up with some new information as soon as I can. But yeah, appreciate L.A. Mag. And we're going to see you guys very soon. Okay. Shout to Taylor. Taylor. Lauren is giving you the COSign.
Starting point is 02:20:18 We love you now. We love you. Okay? Shout to you, by the way. Lawyerful Workers has now responded to 6'9. You know, the drama is going to happen. And he's, 6'9 is already in that comment section. Let's see.
Starting point is 02:20:44 So he's responded to 6.9. And 6.9, I saw him in the comment section on my page. It doesn't show him here. I don't know. Why doesn't show him here? Okay. Anyway. I play oh it says you out there for free you lost you think six nine's unhappier he's just kind of like having fun getting back at everybody right now okay let's play what our lawyer for work it says let's get the response to six nine out of the way so that we can cover the developments in the dirk trial today first off six nine should not talk about the tory lane's case anybody who understands the tory lane's case and should be talking about or understands that if the defense attorney took a one week continuance and let kwan take the stand tory has
Starting point is 02:21:25 a very, very good chance of coming home. And if you don't get that, you can't speak intelligibly about the case. So what are you doing? And then, you know, the whole point about Pooch-Sheisty, he's like, oh, look, look, he said there's no video. He said there's no video. Look at the timeline. Look at my post. There was no video when news broke. There was SETI Nash talking about, yo, I've seen the video, but this page is not into the gossip and the rumors. We covered developing court events as they develop. As you'll remember, six-nine. We covered your case. And we covered how, You had a lot of defenses and you were defending. And there was very little evidence against you.
Starting point is 02:21:59 And then we heard how you snitched and cooperated as the ringleader who took a 4K and turned a life sentence into time served while all your homies. You mean it took a 5K, 5K1 letter, that is. Okay. Is it the second part? One more point before we get to the Dirk update. It's crazy that somebody could say that I don't know what I'm talking about or that I'm wrong. When the fact of the matter is when the entire world
Starting point is 02:22:24 including just everybody said Diddy is cooked. I sat there from day one over and over again saying they will never get him on sex trafficking. One more point before we get to the Dirk update. It's crazy that somebody could say that I don't know what I'm talking about or that I'm wrong. When the fact of the matter is when the entire world, including just everybody, said Diddy is cooked. I sat there from day one over and over again saying, They will never get him on sex trafficking. Now, I will say, and this is, you don't want to see this if you're, uh, Mo.
Starting point is 02:23:09 Wayno is even in the comments, and Wayne, he's kind of agreeing with six nine, even if he doesn't say I'm agreeing with six nine. Actually, he says, you were wrong about Pushaiste for sure. Damn, Mo, they're about to turn on you, bro. They about to turn on you. 6.9 says that shit got him. I'm telling you, I won. One more point before we get to the dirt. Alleged text message.
Starting point is 02:23:43 Damn. Let's get the response to You maintain frame. Yo, Mo. Send me a number. I'm going to call you. Mo. Let's spark it up on 6-9.
Starting point is 02:23:56 That's my man's, but like, I don't like how he's attacking you. I don't like how he attacking you, Mo. I don't like how he attacking you. Okay Anyway What else? What else?
Starting point is 02:24:12 Could you Could you give me Where's the latest update Coming from? Where's the latest update coming from? Call lawyer for workers Yeah, I'm waiting for him to give me his number As soon as he gave me his number
Starting point is 02:24:26 We call him Matter of fact, I'm gonna get him in $6.9 on the phone No, no, no, no That might not be a good idea for him. Yo, I gotta go get a charger for this phone, bro, because it's like low-key. Man, I could be out here cooking Yeah, I definitely want to call whack
Starting point is 02:24:54 Have we called whack today? No, right? No. All right. Hey, yo, West Coast, I'm gonna do y'all a big favor right now. Hey, West Coast. I'm gonna do y'all a big favor, man.
Starting point is 02:25:14 They just sent in the hit piece. I'm not even going to do it to you, man, because I fuck with you, brother. I ain't going to do it, bro. If I was on some Charlemagne shit, I'd definitely do it. But I ain't going to do it to you. I ain't got time for hit pieces.
Starting point is 02:25:25 I got time for hit pieces. I don't got time for the game. I don't got time for AI. None of that bullshit, feel me. Just a real nigga. Just a real nigga. Let me just hit this topic real quick, chat.
Starting point is 02:25:35 Damn, what the fuck? What the fuck? It's on site, nigga, what the fuck? Nigel like, all right, bet. I found it. Hey. Yo, muster, you know, me and you don't got no beef, nigga.
Starting point is 02:25:49 You know, I hope we don't got no beef. Like, what the fuck? Like, nigga, you better not have no beef with no media, because you produce not like us. But anyway, you're a brother, they don't send to them, man. They say you and your ex-bitch beefing over, over Drake following her gang.
Starting point is 02:26:03 I ain't going to lie. That's the word on the streets, man. They sent me the details. They wanted me to run up with it. But I don't even believe it, man. I'm telling you, man, I'm in my... Let's blame these bidsiesies error, bro. I ain't going to lie to you, bro.
Starting point is 02:26:14 I ain't going to lie. So I ain't even going to do it to you, muster. But I'm trying to tell you, they didn't send over the narrative. They claim that your ex-wife followed Drake. You've been crashing out ever since. They say your ex-wife just popped up on the scene, on some shit. Like, yo, her house keep getting home invaded every three months when she's not there. she think it's you because you mad about
Starting point is 02:26:34 and I'm like Drake ain't even fuck her I think I don't even think so like you know what I mean but but they're setting up the story I ain't gonna tell you who they is but you could probably put two and two together your people's over there is basically saying that your woman said that after after she followed Drake on some petty shit man you crashing out gang that's what they're trying to say man they're trying to make it seem like you got niggas and masks running up in her house I'm like why that nigga were going to do that I know it's his ex-chick
Starting point is 02:26:59 but why are you going to do that You see, DJ Mustard ex-wife, Chanel Dijon, home burglarized for the third time this year. They feel like you doing it. They got your name tied up and some Drake or the rule of shit. I'm not biting on that either. Mustard, I fuck with you gang. I'm not, I ain't with none of that bullshit, okay? And now they try to, they're trying to hit you with the, yo, you mad that Drake follows your girl.
Starting point is 02:27:19 You're crashing out. You over here, like sending your goons to fucking run up in the crib. I'm like, come on. Why would Mustard do that? Come on, man. Mustard got, must have been running this shit for 10 summers. Why would he do such a thing? Okay.
Starting point is 02:27:29 But anyway, your shorty, your ex-shorty, she posted up a video. She says a letter to my city. I know someone who keeps doing, I know someone who knows who keeps doing this to me. My piece is at this point. The only thing you guys are taking because I've already been hit so many times by y'all. I'm tired. This is ridiculous. This is a third time this year.
Starting point is 02:27:49 All right. A third time this year, you need to get a gun. Third time this year, you need a move. A third time this year, you got to get all the niggas that was cripp-walking on that stage at the pop-out to just stand in front of your house. How they invade me your house third time in a year? That don't sound right. That don't sound right.
Starting point is 02:28:05 Another thing, your mustard, listen, I ain't going to run. This is no hit piece. Because I know you're a real nigga. You wouldn't do no shit like that. You don't give a fuck about who the fuck here your ex follows. I think your new bitch better, right? Don't you have a new jerk? I forgot.
Starting point is 02:28:16 I really don't care. Anyway, the point is they trying to make it seem like you doing it. Bro, you rich as fuck. Get your baby mama some fucking security gang. Y'all got some L.A. shit going on out there where niggies just run up in people's house. every two weeks, my nigga, like, your baby mom and ex-wife is out here thinking that you did it. That's the word that's coming over to me.
Starting point is 02:28:35 They want me to run the shit, run it up, make you look crazy. I ain't going to do that to you, muster that fuck with you. Ten summers. Let's do ten more. You feel what I'm saying? Like, yo, I can't wait. Shit, I'm waiting on the remix. Forget not like us.
Starting point is 02:28:47 We just the same. That's my new motto. So anyway, they're trying to put the story in the air that your baby mom's really low-key think it's you that's doing this. Look at this video. Damn, you heard that? Now, the first thing I said when I seen the video, I said, Musters fat. It ain't skinny.
Starting point is 02:29:04 This ain't mustard. What do you think this mustard in a fucking outfit? Yo, they say every time these things is breaking, they got the full layout of the crib. It's like they've been there dumb long. I'm like, man, that's call that California backdoor, man. Like, yo, everybody knows. You know half of them celebrities in California is breaking into their own houses to get insurance. It's called insurance fraud.
Starting point is 02:29:29 There's a couple rappers who did it. I just say I want to out them out. In California, niggas ain't breaking in your houses that much. Go get a gun, nigga, go get a hot car, nigga. Go do what dirt's dead to do, nigga, go slide, nigga.
Starting point is 02:29:38 Hey, yo, how come California's the only place niggas is breaking it? Niggin, like, bro, one time, bet. Two time, you lacking. Three time, this should be a nigga on the pavement.
Starting point is 02:29:49 The fuck is going on. Yo, Dijan. Is that his name? Mustard. Could you give your babe mama some security, some rent-a-com? niggas with flashlights that she could stop thinking. I don't know if y'all got kids,
Starting point is 02:30:03 but she claiming every 30 days, niggas is breaking into her house. Niggas know how to get upstairs. Now, another thing I'm going to say, yo, must remember they try to put it on you type of shit, but I don't know you can do don't shit like that. I don't know if you into child support battle with her, they about to try to flip this acting like you're trying to fucking,
Starting point is 02:30:28 like, you know it's one of those things when you get into like child support and whatever battle with like your ex, the judge will say, hey, you got to keep paying the bills for her to live in your house. Now, if you terrorize her or I don't know, you get on some 50 cents shit and burn the fucking crib down,
Starting point is 02:30:45 I mean, oh, oh shit, fraud and slip. If your babe mom of house just happened to burn the fuck up, you don't got to put her in another house like that, but you can't kick her out. So, you know, some people feel like maybe this is a way to terrorize her to leave. that the you know like fuck like the government taking too long or the judge taking too long man I don't know what it is
Starting point is 02:31:07 is it broken or a car yeah yeah I don't know if y'all remember what the child support arrangement was with him Chanel dejean oh no that that's his girl right chanel dejon DJ mustard child support like there's a whole thing let's see what alimony yeah he got to pay her $24,000 a month in child support. Starting point is 02:31:39 She got like, oh, she had got a deal, nigga. Oh, my God. Oh, yeah. Shorty, you better go buy another crib. I'm sending the Y ends. Yo, B team tapping. B team.
Starting point is 02:31:51 B team. Be team. Tapping. Hell now. My ex-wife is not going to have a great life, not on my dime. Let's go back over what she's getting. Oh shit, I was about to feel victim for,

Starting point is 02:32:15 That's what you need to do, okay? Move out of that fucking house. Look, part of the settlement, she got a one-time buyout for sponsor support, $315,000. Man, go get you a one-bedroom studio, condos somewhere, nigga. Get out of here, nigga, you're not living in the West Hollywood. It's over.

They ain't going to hurt you, but they're going to fuck up everything. You're not about to live no good on my dime. You ain't posting no pitches flexing you in front of the fucking, yo,
Starting point is 02:33:22 Dolching Gabonister. That's just dub, nigga. Like you're going to be fixing windows. you're going to that money I'm paying you you're going to be putting it in contractors hands you are not going to be buying no purses fuck that I'm good shout to DJ Mussel I don't know if he did that
Starting point is 02:33:36 I'm just saying what I would do gang fuck all that hell nah get the fuck one out of here I ain't doing that hell to the no no hell to the no and you know what you know what that might set up I'm gonna go for full custody you know why yo you should move because you live in a dangerous area
Starting point is 02:33:52 that keep getting robbed bring the kids over here with me and my new bitch at the big mansion. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Yeah, every three months, like clockwork. Said, due to my nervous system being completely shot,
Starting point is 02:34:06 when I saw them in my house, I decided to rush home because actually I've been waiting on y'all because I got something special for people who want to keep coming in my home. They hit my car and got out and ran. Yeah. My family and I would appreciate if you guys keep us in your prayer. It's been extremely hard year.
Starting point is 02:34:24 They have tempted on my home on New Year's Eve. And again, while I was in my home 30 days later, here we, we, our seven months later, they got, da-da-da, okay, yeah. I'm telling you. Yo, mustard, I already know the game, nigga. You don't even got to tell me what it does. Niggis, she got a new nigga. She's getting dick by a new nigga sleeping and staying in your house.
Starting point is 02:34:45 Yeah, I'd be damned if, Nick, I'm burning the whole house down. You and the new nigga getting burned up. Like, I'm going to get my child first, though. But I'm burning the whole house. So, fuck, man. You're not fucking no man in my house while I'm paying alimony. and I'm paying child support for 25,000 a month. Nope.
Starting point is 02:35:00 You got to go get dick at Double Tree. No, you're not getting dick in my mansion. No, it's not happening. Nope. Nope. Not working. Fuck that. Nope.
Starting point is 02:35:08 Yeah. That's what's happening, Shorty. I see I try to plant the story. I ain't even going to get it mustard. I agree with a nigga. I agree with him. Shit. I agree with a nigga so much.
Starting point is 02:35:17 I'm like, yo, mustard. Shit, I'll bring the gas tank next time. Like, what the fuck? Like me, you and Kenrick, we go burn that whole shit down. No, I'm playing. This is a joke. You don't worry, Mustard. I got your back, man.

DJ Mustard ex-wife follows Drake? Like, why would you follow Drake? You're a weirdo. Like, Drake's my man's, and you're still a weirdo, my nigga.
Starting point is 02:35:51 Like, Drake... Like, first of all, Drake fuck white bitches now. He's a white bitch wave, nigga. He ain't fucking you. Like, the fuck? Like, come on. Like, DJ Mustard got nothing to worry about, gang. Like, actually, you might fuck you just off...
Starting point is 02:36:01 Of Gp. But anyway, but I come on, bro. Come on, bro. Come on. Let's say on the June 27th, fans noticed Drake hit the follow button. Well, Drake did it first. Yo, Drake, you slimy.
Starting point is 02:36:12 Anyway, look, latest update. He wants sole custody. Yeah. He wants sole custody. You know why? Yo, you live in an unsafe environment. Niggas keep breaking in.
Starting point is 02:36:22 On the dead homies. There we go. Oh. Mustard claim she violated. No, no, the producer attorney. Violate the request when it says he got addressed. I think there's a gag order. It's a gag order.

Starting point is 02:37:36 Yo, y'all think my man muster got the beat him to tap in? Yeah, that's fire. He wouldn't do that, though. I'll do that because I'm like, yo, I can't let a bitch live, like, her best life after leaving me. You can't live your best life after leaving me. You can live your best life tolerating me.
Starting point is 02:37:57 Yeah, but not after you left me. I check upon my exes to make sure they're doing exactly how they should. Horrible. Okay? And I see them down bad, I'm like, strokes my narcissism a little bit. I'm like, you know, it's the best thing smoking for this bitch. So good, man. So all good.
Starting point is 02:38:25 All right, anyway. All right, just did a little mini topic real quick. You know what's song stuck in my mind, man? Yo, that, uh... Hey, I know y'all don't like little TJ, but this song's a hit, bro. This song's a hit, bro. This song is a fucking hit. I played it before for y'all.
Starting point is 02:38:48 This song is a fucking hit, bro. This is not no pay promotion, brother. It's honestly, I really play this real time. I'm telling your business like he's telling in that room. What you say? Go Tati, do your big one. I'm a fuck for this shit. I'm up for this shit.
Starting point is 02:39:14 Unfortunately, I'd be hoping that this thing don't meet Mill himself where people hate his personality so much they can't even listen to music. This song's hot, but whatever. Anyway, let's kind of get back to it. All right, King Bond, we read that. Who's the new update, chat? Give us a new update. Go, Tati, do your big one. Chat, where are we going?
Starting point is 02:39:50 Like, who got the new update? We got those already. All right, maybe we just go back to... Okay, let's go back to trenches new for a second. What you got to do, because evidently, Brian Steele just fired a shot at you, man, and said that, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. He didn't tell number three that. Number three, making that up.
Starting point is 02:40:23 And the Martha called you when you was in bed or with your kids that Chuggantine said, books and flights. You hear me? Like, I ain't going for that, man. I'm going to stand tall and strong for the civilians, bro. They might not want to speak up about it and shit, but I'm going to speak up about it. That's foul, Brian Steele. I see your tactics. And I, and I, and I, and I, and I, and I, and I, and I, and I did it.
Starting point is 02:40:44 Bonnie did it. That's mass. I came up with it. I woulda sweat on Vlad. Seven, eight months ago, Nini made it. You hear me? And I wore it on Vlad. You hear me?
Starting point is 02:40:56 So, what I'm saying is, man, Dirknev, Dirk Bogus for that shit, man. Brian Steele them, they, they, they playing crazy though. But we'll see what going on. I will keep y'all updated. I'm waiting on to update a seat to see if OTF Jam. So OTF Jam did not testify today. It appears that we're going to get OTF Jam tomorrow. Okay?
Starting point is 02:41:19 So right and early, we get one more day. Okay? And I told you it's going to be spicy. I think he's going to come out to gate and probably admit to, I wouldn't be surprised if he's trying to beat Vaughn's record. Vaughn, if you don't know, they say he got seven bodies. I wouldn't be surprised. OTF Jam who has immunity,
Starting point is 02:41:44 which means he already testified or not testified. He already got deposed, told about the bodies. He got the not necessarily immunity for him, but it will be an immunity in a sense where, because he did Queen for a day, he won't be prosecuted on it. And, yeah, it's basically free bodies. He's on some Sammy the bullshit. I wouldn't be surprised if he, you know,
Starting point is 02:42:08 he going to be. make Chicago history no matter what. He might come out and be like, yeah, I killed eight niggas. Oh, yeah, I thought, Y'all thought Vaughn was the guy. Nick, I killed eight niggas. I killed 10. So we don't know. Like, at this point, I've heard about like two or three murders he supposedly did.
Starting point is 02:42:24 But shit, you know, if you tell him for extra credit and every murder you admit to, they can't charge you with, shit, he might have to clear the deck. But will he do it in this case? He might do in the other case, too. But I think he going to come out chatting. he going to come out chatting he going to come out chatting man yo can we get lawyer for workers
Starting point is 02:42:45 we need some drama we need some drama chat we need some drama we need some messy shit some drama here we go Kirk update day two in the morning we covered the text messages that have taken center stage with dirk saying
Starting point is 02:43:01 don't book no flights under no names involved with me we're going to talk about more with what happened with those text messages as well as the other key events the way I would present it to you or the way you'd be thinking about it if you were sitting there in court observing this stuff from the perspective of I don't know nothing about this case I don't believe anything until the government proves it because the defendant is presumed innocent and if I'm voting to send somebody away for life it's going to be based on evidence you show me in court so the detective finished up his testimony they basically just covered mostly the surveillance camera from the in and out burger tracking the movements showing the rental cars and the stolen car going from the shooting and then ending up over at the end of... Yo, Grant, because you try to get...
Starting point is 02:43:42 Oh shit. Can't jump this. Grand, because you try to get lawyful workers to hit me? You get them? I bet. Now, Burger, and these are the people. And they're all just kind of casually sitting and chilling after some of them have admittedly finished shooting open shots in Beverly Hills that resulted in the death of an individual.
Starting point is 02:44:03 It looks like they may be. The government was trying to imply that they're looking at a TMZ video about the thing. But we don't know what they're doing. There's no audio. They're just kind of hanging out casually eating burgers right after the... murder. Then we got into the Brian Steele cross-examination and you, if you were there, would understand why I call him the real deal, Brian Steele. It was an absolute master class. See, he knows something about recorded interviews. He knows that the feds don't record their
Starting point is 02:44:31 interviews. And he had on the stand, the lead detective who was a state court, a state detective assigned to a federal task force. So what he did, it was masterful, in circles and got him to say everything he wanted. Basically, he first got him to be like, hey, do you know if all the interviews are recorded? He's like, nah, I'm not sure. He's like, hey, um, who that's interesting. So if you guys don't know, the feds have their own agents, but a lot of times when they're going to take a case from state to fed, they'll get a top detective. Like, so basically that detective is actually not a federal agent. He works for a task force with, then LA County.
Starting point is 02:45:14 Here's how they do it. They could deputize a local law enforcement agent to act in federal capacity for a particular case. Okay? So they deputize this local, this local detective. And then Brian Steele starts to spin this guy while he's on the stand. How does he spin him? Well, this guy isn't too familiar with a.
Starting point is 02:45:42 exactly how federal agents do their investigation. He's a local guy. He's a state guy. So they ask him, how do you normally do it? Well, he says how he does it in a state, which is we record everything. They said, well, why do you think a bunch of these things aren't recorded for the feds? He doesn't know every single thing to be able to answer that question correctly. It's a different system to him.
Starting point is 02:46:05 Remember, he's deputized. So he's seen as a federal agent, but he's actually a local law enforcement agent. Okay? You did record some of them. He's like, yes, my preference to have them recorded. And you were the lead detective and you're in charge ultimately of how the investigation is run. And he's like, yeah, well, who made the decision not to record all the interviews? Because a bunch of them are not recording. He's like, oh, yeah, I don't know. My preference is to record him. And then once he establishes that this lead detective would prefer to record it but didn't record it, he starts going into all these hypotheticals of, well, because there's no recording, we don't know exactly what was said. And the guy has to agree. He's like, yeah, we don't have. it word for word and then he went through he's like well somebody would have told the people that they're interviewing that they're facing life if they don't cooperate right and we don't have the exact wording of how it said right and we don't know if somebody said initially that i don't know anything about dirk and then they heard about all the time they were facing and how if they cooperate
Starting point is 02:47:00 they get their time off and now all of a sudden they still start remembering stuff we don't have any because we're going to have the recorded interviews so you went on and on about that it was strong it's not the type of stuff that wins the case but it's the type of stuff that opens the door it takes the jury and they say, okay, I'm listening. What do you got for me? Steele then turned to the Amex card and his point was, look, Dirk, lets other people use the card. And there's other people on this Amex account and they had their own cards. And do you even know if you ever looked these statements to know that these flights were purchased? That testimony to me wasn't that significant because ultimately what this was all about,
Starting point is 02:47:32 Little Dirk update, day two in the morning we... Here's the other part. On cards. And do you even know if you ever looked these statements to know that these flights were purchased? That testimony to me wasn't that significant because ultimately what this was all about was the text message where Dirk texts, and I don't think they're disputing that it was Dirk's text, I think they're acknowledging it, that Dirk texts don't book no flights under no names involved with me. And what ended up happening later, if you watch my first video, you can come back to this part. The prosecution gave more context. They put another witness up. They also did redirect examination, where after Cross, the prosecution gets a chance to go and ask the witness some more questions.
Starting point is 02:48:08 And they established some of the context, which, you know, there were other posts there and they explained what they were. And the text about don't book no flights is very incriminating evidence. And what the defense ultimately set up, and we're going to hear about this in the coming days, is that, hey, detective, did you ever investigate whether that text had anything to do with the wedding that was going on and travel plans associated with that wedding? The text's like, nah, I don't know what you're talking about. Is it somewhere in the discovery? And Steele's like, oh, really? You never heard about the wedding? like, nah, I never heard about the wedding. And still left it at that. So I suspect what we're
Starting point is 02:48:41 going to see in a couple of days is another witness or somebody from the defense coming in and explaining exactly what that text message went. That explanation is going to go a long way, I think, in the jury's mind. It's going to weigh heavily in the jury's mind that that, along with the rental car constantly being at the house where Dirk is. It makes sense because Vani works with Dirk. He's not necessarily his consigliary doing murder for hire, but you're going to ultimately have to explain that text message and all of Vani's movements and associations with Dirk in and around the time of the murder that Vani admits he did. So one more video today covering the rest of the witness testimony, the key parts. We saw the video from the Kondo Rondo and King Vonn fight that resulted in King Vonn's
Starting point is 02:49:24 death. I think it was never before seen footage. It was crystal clear and quite haunting to watch. And then we'll do some post later tonight just picking up on random odds. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. We are. We are getting to it here. We are absolutely getting to it. All right. My man Bradford Cohen, I am going to drag him in here. Okay.
Starting point is 02:50:04 Okay, shout to my man, lawyer for workers. He's out to dinner. He would have hopped on if not. Let's hear from my man Bradford Cohen. Here we go. All right, here we go. Let's talk more, little dirk. Down the rabbit hole, we go.
Starting point is 02:50:23 I've been watching some of these experts give their opinions on the Amex credit card. This is like one of the things that came out. I think it's going to be, you know, it's a small piece of the prosecution's case. But essentially they're saying that this Amex credit card that was used, it was on Dirk's account. It wasn't Dirk's Amex credit card per se because he had several Amex credit cards underneath him. And if you know how business credit cards work, you can have your own business credit card. And then there's several employees that might have business cards. It was on one of those other business cards.
Starting point is 02:51:00 And it paid for the alleged hitman's flights and hotels and cars. And people that don't deal with entertainers on a day-to-day basis or weekly basis or even monthly basis, don't realize how these credit cards work and how things happen. most of the people that I've dealt with in my career spend anywhere from $100 to $250,000 a month on different credit cards, on Amex credit cards, on different credit cards other than Amex. They generally don't look at their bills. Like 99.9% don't look at their bills. It goes to a bean counter.
Starting point is 02:51:39 That bean counter calculates what they're spending, what they're bringing in, and then they tell them, hey man, don't spend as much on a merey as. you did last month, you know, take it easy this month, or we got to cut back on rental cars or cut back on hotels. The good ones do that. The bad ones don't say shit until you go broke. But long story short is there aren't many, if any, clients that I've had over 30 years that will look at their bills and say, oh my God, there's an airline flight on here for $1,200.
Starting point is 02:52:12 Whose airline flight is that? And where did they go? It just doesn't happen. That's not the norm. So people are saying, oh, I'm biased or this. I'm not biased. I'm just giving you my experience. I'm telling you how this goes.
Starting point is 02:52:25 And this to me is a non-issue in terms of whether or not it affects his knowledge. It generally does not affect an individual's knowledge because of what is going on month to month with these credit cards. So I don't find this to be that moving. All right, here we go. Okay. So you're saying it's not a big deal. He's saying it's not a big deal to him. Is Armand live?
Starting point is 02:52:56 I don't think he's live here, right? Not yet. That's very interesting. So the day of court is over with. Who else is in court? Somebody says, let me see, chat, give me a second. Let me see if maybe, you know, who we might have here? Let me see if I could get, uh, I'm going to try to pull the transcripts,
Starting point is 02:54:11 but it might take me a while. Okay? So it says, give me a while. I guess everybody's probably leaving court I'm surprised no one's like live out there I'm surprised no one is live yeah they're making videos but no one's just like going live so I said what's good with Rod Wave situations
Starting point is 02:54:52 what do you mean okay I think we're gonna get um lawyer for workers calling in oh we haven't even done our whack call wait are we like eight hours into a stream and no whack call yet what no whack 100 call eight hours into the stream is like a record.
Starting point is 02:55:33 How many hours do we do yesterday? Does anyone why you know? Yesterday's stream, how many hours did we do? Seven? No, I thought we did 10. We did 10, right? We're doing 10 hour days, y'all. So some ways, somehow, I got to make it for two more hours. Ready. Okay, I'm, so lawyer for workers are going to call in a bit. I wish I could put them on the line, right?
Starting point is 02:56:15 But I feel like six-nine would just shout the whole time. Six-nine would just shout the whole time. Okay, give me a slight topic. Let me see if there's anything that's kind of like happening. I'll touch on it real quick. Oh, here we go. Oh, shit. Mo!
Starting point is 02:56:43 What's the word, man? Yo, hack. Hey, are you in L.A.? Service went out. Hello. I think 6-9 hacked the line. Let me get a callback. I'm being told that Sauce Walker assistant goes in on him.
Starting point is 02:57:34 While we wait for a callback, Let me see what this is about. Sauce Walker been streaming. I think we're getting a callback anyway. We're good. Mo, what's good, man? Back, what's good with you, brother? I'm chilling, man.
Starting point is 02:57:50 Are you in L.A.? Yeah. I see you out there at a trial, you know, doing good trial updates, man. Thank you, by the way. Again, obviously, it's very important for these particular cases because there is no filming and there's no video footage of these trials. We seem you got Get into it with 6'9
Starting point is 02:58:10 I try to talk to him about like I don't even know this is a feud What's going on? I didn't get into it with 6'9 6'9 seems to be mad about something You know he was DM in me and he's like Yo you're trying to control the narrative Those were his
Starting point is 02:58:28 His words in the DM to me and I'm sitting there thinking What is he talking today? We've been DM in a little bit here and there And so he's like, yo, you're trying to control the narrative, you're putting out lies. And I'm thinking to myself, what does control the narrative mean? And then I realized it hit me. It's like, oh, he's trying to control the narrative. Like it's very important to him to somehow, I don't know, take this and make it about him.
Starting point is 02:58:55 And it's really, you know, the moment has passed on this conversation in these types of cases for Six-nine. I don't know that he has really any legs to stand on to be talking about this stuff. What was crazy is he tries telling me, like, it's just not accurate act. He's like, oh, you're cloud chasing, you're doing these things for free. Bro, I make M's. Okay, tell that, don't tell the IRS. The IRS, we're making M's. We've made M's this year, multiple M's first time.
Starting point is 02:59:21 It's been a long time coming, all right? And so he doesn't understand the economics of that. What's up? You've been ramping up the business over the years. I know, definitely. Yeah, bro, I got four lawyers working for me. I got an army of administrative staff. He doesn't understand none of that.
Starting point is 02:59:36 He's out here making these claims. Oh, this dude's broke, doing it for $0. Okay, dummy. Let's get into the facts. He's talking about Tori Lanes. Like, he knows something about Tori Lanes. When anybody who should be talking about Tori Lyons should be talking about how the defense attorney didn't take the one week continuance,
Starting point is 02:59:54 didn't put Kwan on the stand. If you're not talking about that, what are you talking about? And then he goes into a push-shisti. Look, I made the video. There's a video now of, It's not poo holding the gun. I had always said it would be crazy. It's he poo holding a gun.
Starting point is 03:00:10 And he chops up the video. He takes these little clips. Oh, look, this guy said there was no video. There was no video. The video came out later. We acknowledge it. We move on. But it's clear he has a problem.
Starting point is 03:00:22 He's mad. He wants to cloud chase to try to get back that feeling he once had when he was a real G. Yeah, I think part of everything like he's been going off on recently is kind of like, Hey, remember everyone who talked down on me or doubted me before. I am now here to pretty much let you know that you were wrong or I hope you do the same to someone else. So it's a little bit of get back in a sense. Listen, if somebody made that song about me, Laugh Now, Cry Later with Drizzy Drake and it went like number one and it became one of the, you know, just quintessential songs of the culture. And that is how I would be known I would spend the lifetime changing it too.
Starting point is 03:01:09 Yeah, no, no, it's interesting. Like, he took him. So I was trying to tell people your history with him. Like, back in a day when he was trying to do interviews with people, because I even saw he attacked Gilly and their issue comes from. When he was trying to do an interview, apparently he claims Gilly was down for a second. But when he kind of gazed the backlash, he said, no, there was a time six-nine wanted to do an interview to, you know, kind of like prove his point.
Starting point is 03:01:33 and kind of debate. And he tried to do one with you. Yeah, we sat down. Is that where the animosity comes from? Well, so, okay, there was a post. We got to go back and we'd have to pull up the post. There was a post I put out after I went and did the interview with him. And it painted him in a pretty bad light,
Starting point is 03:01:55 and I don't think he liked that post. And maybe it doesn't tell the full story. And I'm happy to sit down with him and revisit the full story. But the gist of the post was he wanted to sit down and do an interview with me. The first question I asked, he started talking and then he started stuttering. He's like, that's a tough question. Let's re-cut that. I asked another question.
Starting point is 03:02:14 And the question was basically, look, you're a man, I'm a man. Everybody's a man, right? And we all want to build an identity for ourselves. But where's the real six, nine? One day you're this, one day you're that. One day you're doing what shot, he says. One day you're doing what the Fed says. One day you're doing what the Fed say.
Starting point is 03:02:28 Where are you? What are you stand on? What are your principles? He couldn't answer that question. And eventually the interview became six, nine shouting about, you know, how shitty the people around him that he sent to jail after paying them to pull paid hits, how shitty they were. And I didn't want to be a part of it. I'm not here to, you know, associate myself with someone just talking shit about all these people who were admitted gang members in the city of New York where I practiced law, talking shit about them. While at the same time, he was their leader who put money on people's heads.
Starting point is 03:02:59 They carried out the contracts. He walked and sent him away for life. Like, anyway, that, I mean, I don't know what, but to be honest with you, let's go back to the relationship. We were, I defended the hell out of this man. When the rumors of snitching came out, TMZ put out this piece and I was like, there's nothing in the public record about this. This is wildly, you know, unfair reporting from TMZ.
Starting point is 03:03:22 They're putting this man's life at risk, his family's life at risk. And I did what I do, which is I stick to the record. I don't go into the gossips. I don't go into the rumors. I presume people are innocent and I let the government make their case to me as the government should because government power should be always
Starting point is 03:03:38 approached with a healthy sense of skepticism. And maybe that's where all this is came from because I felt like the attack on you was a little bit unwarranted. I also kind of explained it to him like, hey, listen, everyone has a POV here, right? Like there's going to be certain people who, you know, despite, of course, you're not going to deny
Starting point is 03:03:59 here in X, Y, but you might have an interpretation based on your background. I said, well, you know, a lot of times when I'm talking to Mo, like, he kind of comes across of having the mind of a defense attorney. See, I think he wants people to say Dirk is cooked. And anyone who's not saying that is like, he's like, stop lying. You get what I'm saying? Look, and Dirk might be cooked if you think you know everything that happened about
Starting point is 03:04:26 Dirk. But if you look at an indictment and two days of trial, Dirk is like sitting so clean right now. You know, what's going to come? Yeah, we'll see it. But people, like, for example, Ross is putting out headlines. Oh, Dirk shooters were hanging out in an outburger. Where the fuck did you figure out that Dirk has shooters?
Starting point is 03:04:44 How do you sit in a courtroom in federal court with the jury, the family, the victim's family, the defendants in the box facing motherfucking life? And you go in there with the internet shit. And you don't just fucking report on the actual evidence and witness testimony. This wild disrespectful to everything, bro. It's disrespectful to the defendant. It's disrespectful to the government. And most importantly, is disrespectful to state power, which is our power.
Starting point is 03:05:14 And we've made an agreement. We have a constitution. You are presumed innocent. They have the burden of proof. Where is that in the coverage from Ross? It's not there. It's disappointing. Have you seen him around the courthouse?
Starting point is 03:05:30 Oh, well, putting that aside, but Ross is a straight-up G-brough. I can't say enough about how the man conducts this concept of having a YouTube channel about the trap. My boy walks in with a security guard. He got the homie outside to do the post. He got the press pass. Oh, there's a homie doing a post because, like,
Starting point is 03:05:49 I was trying to tell other people, I'm like, he's posting more than everybody else. I don't know how he's doing it, but he's posting way more frequently than everyone else. And that's why we kind of, because there's a lot of media members here that might be thinking I'm playing favorites. Of course, we love Ross,
Starting point is 03:06:04 but it's like he's posting more frequently. You did seem to take some issue with his reporting. Let me ask you this question. If he's reporting, like, okay, so yesterday he said, Dirk, and I think that there was a little bit, you know, obviously a slip because I think you should have said, Dirk's lawyers is blaming this on Bonnie, which I think that's technically true.
Starting point is 03:06:28 If he gives an opinion that editorializes maybe that particular fact that then has people or the internet feeling X, Y, or Z about Dirk, whether they want to say, oh, well, that sounds like telling or whatever, is that him not doing his job correctly? I've seen you have some critiques. I kind of want to figure out where you lie with it, at least when it comes to Ross. Well, look, again, Ross is an absolute G. If you're trying to make a YouTube channel, you can't do it better. Okay, but I'm not trying to make a YouTube channel at all.
Starting point is 03:07:01 What I'm trying to do is exactly what I said to you. And the reason why is because I don't need the views, bro. Okay, I got a freaking law firm. We're going to make multiple millions this year. I've settled, I think, $10 million in the last 12 months, and that was no partnership. It's just me. It's my firm. I don't have no fee referrals, no cuts.
Starting point is 03:07:20 It's all neat. Okay, so I don't need the views. Okay, so if I don't need the views, what am I out here doing? Dead assack, I'm not playing with you. I'm doing it from the perspective of a citizen who knows nothing. And if you want to use our power to pick people up off the street and lock them up for life, lock them up for hundreds of days, potentially thousands of days without a fucking trial while you press on other people to rat on them.
Starting point is 03:07:48 And you press on them to rat on other people without a fucking trial. and no bond. Okay, well, we need to approach that with a level of clarity and seriousness. Okay, as much as you can say anything about any of my content, none of the shit ventures into gossip. It sticks to the record.
Starting point is 03:08:07 Yeah, and actually, it's interesting you point that out because I think that's where, you know, other people might be like, well, well, you got it wrong here because there was rumors. I believe Sadie Nashville was talking about that there did exist a video. Like, I'm going to be honest with you.
Starting point is 03:08:23 told that I was skeptical of that until I actually seen the video. I could actually believe that there was a video. But you're sticking to the facts. And I could never compare myself to SETI Nash. Because SETI Nash exists in different spaces and comes out of it from a different perspective. And I've gotten a chance to get up close with him. Total G. Like, you know, for what he's doing, I'm not out there critiquing nobody.
Starting point is 03:08:47 I'm just saying what my shit is. Okay. Do you think that like even how trapped? Laura reported that. And I guess this is the question. And, you know, obviously, we're not attacking no one, but we want to, you know, make it clear. Do you think that it borderline the idea of irresponsible?
Starting point is 03:09:05 Because that's what no one wants to be, right? You know, obviously people's lives are hanging in the balance here. There's a lot of people at court. There's people's safety. There is obviously the mom of the deceased that's showing up. And there's millions of fans that's watching as this goes down, but they're watching it through the lens in through the tweets of the people who are there, did you feel it was irresponsible or you just felt it wasn't correct?
Starting point is 03:09:32 Well, I only called Ross out on one thing, which was this comment that Dirk is somehow snitching, which to me, you know, and I'll say it's the height of stupidity. It lacks common sense. It lacks any connection to logic in the real world. How can you snitch on someone who gives a sworn statement that they did it? how these are admitted they're pleading guilty how do you snitch on somebody who takes the stand and say i did and how can you're trained of thought lead you there like how stupid is that that shit got me time
Starting point is 03:10:06 i'm still tired it's crazy i think that the uh there is a uh continued momentum for people especially after we see in the Gucci thing and people want to just kind of say everyone is cooperating And I think that's what's leading people to rush a judgment. I saw Vlad, and usually Vlad's reserved, but Vlad tweeted out and I saw you respond to him. When you saw Vlad, who obviously runs one of the biggest platforms in hip-hop, and he kind of leaned into it today. And I saw you tweet at him, what did you think about that? Because obviously, the idea or the message or the wrong information that Dirk is telling is getting out there.
Starting point is 03:10:51 and people are buying it. I can't imagine Vlad meant that or thought critically about it. I think he just tweeted in passing him in 6'9 have a good thing going. Oh, and by the way, 51 minutes ago, he tweeted out, Dirk is not a snitch. So, so, which is ironic because. Yeah, I don't think he meant that. I think that was just a tweet. Like you said, Vlad is the biggest, one of the biggest.
Starting point is 03:11:12 Glass sitting on a lot of paper. Vlad's got his platform. I don't think at this point, Vlad puts that much critical thought into how he's moving. I think he's chilling. Yeah, yeah. Interesting. Okay. And I know I heard you were like either dinner or something like that.
Starting point is 03:11:28 I don't want to interrupt you. And I know you have probably a lot of things to do. Could you give us a quick update on what happened in court today? People are expecting to see what OTF Jam. OTF Jam was not in court. It appears or he did not testify. Is it definitely happening tomorrow. But what was the hold of today?
Starting point is 03:11:42 I heard Brian Steele had a couple moments. Could you just explain? Still had a couple moments. Steel is the best. Real quick, this is the dream team, bro. And there's a lot of dream teams, but this is a dream team because of how they compliment one another and they come together and they just cover all the bases. They're probably running somewhere between two and three grand an hour. There's three of them.
Starting point is 03:12:06 If you're doing three grand an hour, three times test 30K for each. So across three of them, that's 90K. It's like 100K days, three week trial. It's just crazy numbers. But yeah, Steel was cooking, man. And then, you know, still, I mean, I just wish I could show you all the footage and show you out. I mean, there was a steel went out there at one point because, okay, so the case, the update is this. This is the real update.
Starting point is 03:12:30 The update is there's two things that the feds have so far built against Little Dirk. Everything else is fucking bullshit. Everything else is you could talk about it, whatever. No one cares. All right. If I were betting on what's in these jurors, notebooks, they got two things in there. One, the admitted, the confessed, the guy pleading guilty, coping to all the murders, the copping to, being the orchestrator of the murder second to Dirk,
Starting point is 03:12:53 he's all over Dirk's house with the rental car. He's constantly at that house. Okay, how could he be there so much? And they traveled to Miami together between, I don't know, a couple of days. So the jury's thinking, okay, well, if he's guilty and he did it, he's constantly around this guy. You've got to explain that relationship. And I think the other part that came out was this text message where Dirk is saying,
Starting point is 03:13:14 don't book no flights under no names involved with me. And still, you know, on the, initially the way witness examination works is the prosecution puts up their witness that's called the direct. Then you get to cross. Then there's a redirect and then the judge will usually allow a recross as long as you guys are constantly pushing new stuff and not just reiterating the same point. So on the initial cross, steel tore the detective to pieces on the text message. He's like, you see this text about, oh, don't book no fights under no names of all me. He's like, yeah. All right, what about text before?
Starting point is 03:13:48 What's he mean there? I don't know. What about the link in the text before? What's that? I don't know. So how the hell can you tell me what this text has to do with when you can't even tell me what was linked seconds before in this same text conversation? There's still torn the pieces.
Starting point is 03:14:00 And then the government went on redirect and they built it back up. And they're like, all right, well, let me show you this. Now you remember what this link is. Let me show you this. Let me show you this. And then that text looks fucking nasty, bro. And then Steele gets up there on redirect. And I shit you not, bro.
Starting point is 03:14:16 It's like stepping into the batters box in the bottom of the ninth. You know, this isn't quite game seven. But trials at any moment can be game seven. You know, you could take, there's a saying you could take three L's and still win game seven. Yeah, you could also take a knockout blow. Okay, so trials are very crazy things like that. And that's why you got to respect to trial process. This is a crazy thing, bro.
Starting point is 03:14:37 This fucking dude from Harvard law, you know, the ivory tower is going to sit up in that judge's sea. You're going to have two teams. You're going to have 12 random people And they're going to decide if you do life for now It's a crazy thing So anyway, Steele gets up there on the redirect boss And it's a movie
Starting point is 03:14:55 It's an absolute movie He takes his glasses I keep you know about his poise The poet Bro, you ever seen a hawk You ever see a hawk laying and fucking pray That's Brian It's like if Michael Jordan
Starting point is 03:15:07 We're a fucking hawk In the prime of his life That's what this man is Walking up to redirect after the prosecutor walking up to recross after the prosecution did the redirect to build the text message back into some meaningful evidence. And Steele stood up there, man. I saw him take out these glasses. I got to get the number of those glasses.
Starting point is 03:15:26 Everybody should have a picture of that walk up. And he's like a batter in the bottom of the ninth facing fucking Randy Johnson in his heyday throwing 100 mile plus heaters. And he's just poised, baby. And look, he opened the door to an opportunity to explain to the jury through another witness, potentially. Dirk what that text message means. And I think so far the update in the trial, you're going to have to explain what happened. Why is Vani always around the home where Dirk is staying at?
Starting point is 03:15:54 And what's this text message? And there might be some other stuff that comes up. And that's kind of what's going on with the trial. But, you know, let's just yell and scream. Oh, my God. This, oh, it's crazy. Oh, my God. Insane.
Starting point is 03:16:08 None of that shit is real, bro. So how are you, like, you know, it appears that everyone's, thinking about this bombshell day that's going to happen bombshell testimony from OTF jam and obviously OTF vani how do you um have you seen like dirk's team kind of like starting to sow the seeds to basically tint that potential or upcoming uh testimony that you know because i think people think that's going to be the dagger right like when the actual shooters you know i could only imagine what o tf jam is going to say he's going to confess to all type of stuff
Starting point is 03:16:45 But are you seeing Dirk's team kind of like aiming at that? You know, obviously the phone message is very important. But remember, the narrative is here. And I've always thought this case is about cooperators, right? I think everything in text, there's nothing dead to rice. There's no smoking gun. There's nothing that says where Dirk says, kill him for this amount of money. It's going to be the narrative of, do you believe that Dirk is with this plan?
Starting point is 03:17:09 If you don't believe he's with this plan, if you believe he's oblivious, you're going to vote not guilty. If you believe he's with the plan, you're going to vote guilty. But what's going to help people is what these cooperants say. When they're going to talk about Dirk's demeanor, what Dirk has told him outside of text messages, what they have talked about without Dirk, how they would get payment, all of these things that are kind of like,
Starting point is 03:17:34 you know, maybe it's not just black and white where you can see the text messages. So do you think Dirk's team, and obviously I wouldn't give Brian Steele a point until he scores the point on a cooperant. Because I always thought those text messages could be explained. Scores a point on the cooperator is very right. First off, let me just, that's exactly why I love you.
Starting point is 03:17:57 I guess a great question, great framing, and it brings the conversation to what's next. And I think the way I would look at it, and I think the way the defense is looking at it, is that the cooperators are going to do what the cooperators are supposed to do, and they're going to put us up against the wall. Now, when we get the chance to cross these cooperators, we have a chance to knock this train off the track.
Starting point is 03:18:21 All right, we know what the next stop is. The next stop is the jury hears from the cooperators, and we're sitting in a pile of shit. But that being said, before we figure out, and they have a plan for how they're going to get out of the pile of shit should the train get to that stop. But what they're really looking at the cross is, you know, this is an opportunity to derail this train right then and there.
Starting point is 03:18:38 We're not even going to have to get to Plan C and Plan D and Plan E, and stage four, we can't just fucking knock them out. So the way, and I think that that's the way to look at it, that Jam will testify, and if things go according to script, we'll move to Vani. And Vani will testify, and if things go according to script, we'll move to whatever the defense has on their case. That being said, a Drew Finling, a Marissa Goldberg,
Starting point is 03:19:02 a Brian Steele for sure, can knock out one of these cooperators with a killer cross, and if so, great, they get what they wanted at an earlier stage. Ultimately, I think what you're looking at and you have to plan for everything, that's the point. That's why you pay the lawyer $3,000 an hour and pay as associate $2,000 an hour because they are preparing for every eventuality with the idea, which is very correct, that your life is on the line. And so what they're thinking is that, look, if the train does get there and they do, you know, we don't knock out these cooperators, we are going to put on a case and we are going to explain those text messages. and we are going to explain why these people are so associated, and we are going to explain what our defendant knows about this.
Starting point is 03:19:48 Ultimately, my teppy little dirk on the stand, if I were in this case, I would be telling him, look, I'm going to try to knock out Vonnie. I'm going to try to knock out jam, but if I don't, I'm going to call your number. Okay, so you do believe that there's a possibility that maybe Dirk takes the stand to explain himself. don't you think that's a you know that's really like flipping the coin that's really like
Starting point is 03:20:13 again if dirk is on that stand i think there's so many questions here all if i was the the government because i wouldn't even plan for him to be on a stand i just need to get him razzled frazzled seaman confused seeming to you know trying to keep up with maybe an incoherent story um and keep asking him questions so hey why did you do that why Why'd you do this? Why'd you do that? Why'd you do this? Hey, well, why did everybody come back to your house? You know, and I think that the lawyers might be a little bit rehearsed and kind of like getting the narrative out of like the current witnesses. Do you think that Dirk, and I don't know if you're looking at him in court, do you think that he looks poised enough where he could possibly handle cross, you know, being crossed by the AUSA?
Starting point is 03:21:01 Again, you bring us to the right part of the conversation. So let's say Traplore Ross is right. Trappler Ross assumes from the perspective of the defendant is guilty that all these songs he's been listening to and all these videos he has been making are 100% on point. Dirk is guilty as thought. That's what Ross thinks. Now, let's say Ross is right. Okay. Can you imagine that he is moving like the demon Ross thinks he is and there is this little evidence against him after the full weight in force the federal government has been investigating him for the better part of the last decade?
Starting point is 03:21:34 Can you imagine that there is this little, in the digital age that we live in, and the supposed notorious multiple murder after murder after murder and song after song and omission after omission, that there is this little evidence against little dirk? No, it's unbelievable. Okay, it's unbelievable. So let's continue to connect the dots. So, okay, Dirk is the demon of all demons. Okay, but there's no fucking evidence against him?
Starting point is 03:21:58 Okay, can I put him on the stand? Well, one, he's going to tell the truth, in which case I put him, on the stand and I don't care. Or two, he's going to continue to do what he's been doing, which is as the greatest fucking demon in the history of entertainment, he's going to walk that fine line and produce
Starting point is 03:22:16 the result that he's kind of been producing given that we see absolutely no incriminating evidence of this guy. From years and years and years. We saw a bunch of texts today about in the aftermath of the King von Death and how Dirk was reacting. Honestly, if you
Starting point is 03:22:32 just looked at those text messages, it's kind of like how anybody would react. There's like a little extra, you know, layer of aggression and maybe just like deepness to it and they use the word blood, but it wasn't a lot more different than the way me and you would react to one of our friends getting killed.
Starting point is 03:22:48 I think the reason why Dirk absolutely does not take the stand is that the things that were allowed in, I think that some of them requires such manicured answers that you don't put your
Starting point is 03:23:04 defendant, the lead defendant there on the stand to just be grilled in every single way about. I mean, what am I talking about? I'm definitely talking about these lyrics, these associations. Maybe that's the parallel between his career and his personal life. And they might just ask about coincidences. Like, hey, well, you're the artist. Why did you write in? Why did you write the lyric?
Starting point is 03:23:29 We've been slam through day block and surely you know we have. Hey, by the way, it matches this. particular actual event where someone got killed. Did you ever learn about this event? Well, are you just saying it's pure luck? All right, we'll point out three or four oddities or three or four events where now you're either going to be the luckiest person alive or you're something's up. Look, I don't disagree with any of that, but I think ultimately we're playing with a hypothetical
Starting point is 03:23:58 that fast forwardes us to the last day of trial or the second to last day of trial and everybody said their witnesses. And if you are worth the money that you want, you know, multiple Ms for this one case, then you're going to sit there and you're going to say, look, I have to tell you something, which is that I absolutely believe in this thing one way or the other. I give it to you with full confidence. You are either fucked or you're in the clear. And if you're in the clear, I advise my clients sit down and shut up. And if I say, I'm looking at this. I did my best. You're fucked. You take the stand. Like take it back to the. tory lane's case that lawyer should never let kwan not testify there was a one week continuance the
Starting point is 03:24:39 government said hey kwan has never been questioned by anyone we've never seen or heard from kwan we need a one week continuance we need to check him out and and talk to him before he takes to stand the judge said fair i'd give you the one week and tory's lawyer said no and the judge said fine if they won't consent to the one week trial goes on but kwan doesn't go on and i sat there and i said oh my god this lawyer doesn't see it he needs that and then when he did he did he get that. He needed to see fucking Tori. That he needs Tori. There was a woman who is
Starting point is 03:25:08 America's fucking sweetheart, at least, you know, like not number one, but she's like a top 10 female celebrity in the country. And she pointed the finger at your boy and said, he shot me. How do you not have a case to put on? You had the kid, Kelly,
Starting point is 03:25:25 but Kelly's testimony became a wash on redirect. The witness. Did they give a schedule for tomorrow and who you know, who the judge expects to take the stand? No, they told us on on Monday, jam it go today, and then, you know, stuff always kind of runs
Starting point is 03:25:44 a little longer than you think, so we never got to jam today. There's no indication of, you know, maybe anything happening with witnesses, cold feet, maybe, you know. No, no, it was just a, well, I don't know, that's an interesting point, actually, now that you mention it.
Starting point is 03:26:00 I think that, and we haven't seen this with my understanding, my sense of how this has gone, is there are sworn statements, there are plea agreements. I don't think this is something you could back out of. I mean, you could, but, you know, it would be that much more of unexpected occurrence. How's the family? How's the demeanor around the courthouse? When it came to, you know, you've covered a trial in L.A. before, you know, obviously one that we've kind of like, you know,
Starting point is 03:26:30 you know, kind of like pretty much almost collaborated on, which was the Tory Lane's trial. How does this differ compared to that? I feel like there's not a lot of big media there. You know, it is somewhat surprising. It seems more from a place of like the media doesn't want to cover it. I feel like the interest is there. The numbers are there.
Starting point is 03:26:52 I just think there's this stigma and bias against covering hip-hop culture where it came out a lot in jury selection, that it's just automatically, is violent, which is like, okay, but if you kind of look at it for a second, especially with all the weird shit people do, it's an expression, it's an art form, and why don't you question like why the art form is so fucking violent, you know? Like before you write it off and say, despite the numbers and the massive attention, we're not going to cover it because
Starting point is 03:27:20 it's violence. Yeah, like, I was compared to Diddy Trow, there was like, you know, news trucks up and down. the streets. There were tense. It was a lot definitely going on. But for this, it looks like is that. Have you seen the family? How's everybody to be there in court? What are you observing? Well, just picking up real quick on your point there. I mean, don't you feel like particularly over the last couple of years in this new generation, there's been a sort of a shunning, you know, a real backturning from mainstream media to these artists and to this culture.
Starting point is 03:27:57 and I think it's based on sort of where it's gone rather than appreciating it as any other art form, giving it fair coverage, and then having an honest conversation about, yeah, why is it so violent? Yeah, I think there's almost like an assumption that that violence isn't that out the ordinary. That's why it's not intriguing because I'm going to be honest with you,
Starting point is 03:28:17 and maybe I'm wrong, maybe I've got to look at the numbers for this. I feel like the David trial has gotten way more publicity and interest in coverage of the even preliminary hearing then this particular dirt case, whether it was through jury selection or day, was it four or five or whatever? And this would go back to what I'm saying, though, as somebody in the space,
Starting point is 03:28:36 don't you feel like there's been this runaway success of hip-hop, this runaway universal adoption of, yo, we want that to be the voice and the soundtrack of our time. And at the same time, you know, with that unquestionable success and market response, the people in charge are very much shunning it and turning a blind eye and pretending like based on the numbers it doesn't deserve the coverage. And I think it's based on a bias so that when you have maybe an African American Puff Daddy
Starting point is 03:29:08 or a David, but they're not necessarily in the gangster rap space. They're not talking about violent themes. And in fact, it's about this sexual stuff, which is that much more juicy and easy for them to give to their audience. I think that there's a very, very clear. decision by media to not cover some of these artists and this particular genre of music. And I think it's really sad and disappointing and it's just contradictory. It's hypocritical.
Starting point is 03:29:38 You know, these are, we're one society. The rap music goes on at the Grammys right after the country music. And if you have a problem with the violence in rap, you can't not talk about it and just say all rappers are violent. We don't deal with that. We don't want that in our community. It's just not fair coverage. Yeah, yeah, we're going to see. How was the court situation?
Starting point is 03:29:59 Did they make that better? We had heard reports that there's no overflow room that they're almost like. I think everybody missed a very small percent of the trial. And I think it was foreseeable that the overflow room would be there just to give you the whole piece there. So on day one and day two, there was a two-day jury selection and the public was prohibited from the room. I don't believe it was due to any fear. I think it was due to more of an inconvenience issue, that it would be kind of inconvenient to try to get everybody into this one room.
Starting point is 03:30:32 We can't. But in reality, they could have. There was a courtroom on the first floor. And if you said to yourself that this is the largest trial or one of the most significant in terms of the numbers that's going to happen in our courthouse this year, you might very well consider putting that thing in the biggest courtroom. The judge had already considered and put it in one of the bigger courtrooms, but you could have considered putting it in the biggest.
Starting point is 03:30:52 And certainly on day one of the trial, seeing the numbers of people that had come up in this idea that you had already created larger spaces, they should have had an overflow room. And we ended up missing, I think a lot of people, first off, I mean, overall, you know, people were very pissed at what happened, which was a lot of people showed up really, really early to show their commitment and say, I want to be in that room. They got tickets. They were promised their space. When it came time to honor that policy set by the court, by giving out these tickets, almost none of the, of those people got in. And they were irate. But then overall, the larger problem is there was a solid hour and a half to two hours
Starting point is 03:31:29 of the proceedings. There was no overflow room available. Look, they corrected it. It needs to be corrected. But it's also worth the comment. Interesting. Yeah, we're going to keep covering this trial. You know, I'm pretty sure we're going to get into, you know, I feel like we've
Starting point is 03:31:44 gotten through some of the not necessarily boring parts, but the parts that you got to get through, you go through opening statements. You're going to get the medical. examiner, you're going to get the detectives who kind of put pieces together. Usually we find out some good info there, but then we get to like the, you know, at least in this particular trial, you get to the real testifiers. And that's going to be jam and Bonnie and, you know, maybe, I'm not too sure if that Jason person's going to take the stand, but it seems like they were seen as co-conspirator three at first because of them supposedly not knowing anything else but
Starting point is 03:32:18 booking flights, but they were named today. So I'm, I'm, kind of excited to see the twists and turns that happens here. Is there any, anyone like, is there any outburst in court? Are you looking at Dirk's body language? Is India kind of like, you know, crying? How's everybody looking? You know, I don't get into any of that. The one thing I'd say is there's, you know, some people thinking that they're reading the defense
Starting point is 03:32:44 attorneys. And if you think that Brian Steele is showing some type of fear about something that is happening in court. redness in his face or something like that. Listen, if you think you were reading Brian Steele's reactions at the Little Dirk trial in 2026, have a good night, Bob, because you got no idea
Starting point is 03:33:01 what you're talking about. Yeah, no, no, I can see. I can see. Anything else that you're seeing that's probably ongoing, unreported, I feel like we do kind of get, you know, the majority of stuff from, you know, most of the people who are in and around the courtroom.
Starting point is 03:33:19 Are you getting swarmed yet? are you getting, you know, is there heckling outside this courtroom? Is it kind of hard for you to make these videos? Because I realize there's a few YouTubers who they're not making videos anymore. Even Armand says he's going to just do videos when he gets home. I think it's a, I think what might be, you know, happening for one point on the coverage. This is a lot, you know, to cover in the sense that this is not some short, quick trial with a few witnesses. There's three defendants.
Starting point is 03:33:52 There's multiple charges. There's tons of lawyers. This shit's going to go on for three weeks and it's federal court. So the judge starts really early at 8.30 in the morning. And it's a pain in the ass to get in the building. You got to take your shoes off. And you got to lock your phone up. And every time you want to go in and out,
Starting point is 03:34:07 you got to get patted down and take your phone out. It's a pain in the ass to attend this court proceeding. And it's complicated as fuck to follow. And, you know, under those circumstances, there are many people following it. because there's a lot of interest. And like you said, it's going to get crazy in terms of just the, what we're seeing, the content, the substance of it.
Starting point is 03:34:29 Yeah, well, thank you, man. I know you're busy. I know you have a lot to do. And also, you definitely have to, you know, do your thing and get to court tomorrow. So tomorrow will be back up at 8.30. And you do anticipate that Jam or at least Bonnie. One of the two will probably testify, right? Yeah, if Jam doesn't go tomorrow, we read the,
Starting point is 03:34:50 this is that conversation of, whoa, what's going on here? Yeah. I think tomorrow, if the government doesn't come with more of a gut punch or, you know, hey, listen, this puts it together,
Starting point is 03:35:04 it might start sounding. I read through the transcript, but it was obviously the first day. The transcript, it sounds like a great story, but without the pieces to really glue these random overt acts together, it doesn't seem more like a conspiracy, it just seems like an interpretation, which there could be several
Starting point is 03:35:26 interpretation. And I guess at that point, we're looking at exactly what reason with that would be. It's going to be good. Whatever happens, you know, state, I think I think you're, you're seeing in real time unfold because we've had a lot over the years. You know, we've had a lot. And we have a lot going on right now, but this one is really something else. All right, man. Have a good night. Thank you for calling in. You, Grant, thank you for getting, Mo. Of course, you know you're always welcome to calling to the stream at any time.
Starting point is 03:35:57 Thank you for the updates. And, you know, I know it's hectic at court, but if at any time you want to call in to kind of like, you know, give us a breakdown of your perspective on something, we would absolutely love that. So thank you, brother. Appreciate that, act, man. Thanks for having me on.
Starting point is 03:36:14 I'll talk to you soon. All right. Peace. Peace. All right. ain't we moving? Did Trappler Ross upload another? Oh, he did upload another video.
Starting point is 03:36:33 All right, it's day four of the Lil Dirk. Yo, this nigga Trappler Ross is working, bro. We had a big update. So look, that we were expecting testimony from OTF Jam today. I'll be real with you guys. Didn't happen, okay? Now, I'm not sure if something happened behind the scenes that meant that that didn't end up happening.
Starting point is 03:36:48 There were a few private conversations, a few private sidebars with the judge and counsel on both sides. We don't know exactly what happened, but there were some very big details that came out and I'll give you an update now and then I'm probably going to go back and do like a really big deep dive and give you all of my notes that I possibly can in one long video. But the big stuff that went down was, I can't believe, I actually can't believe that we saw some of this stuff, okay? Obviously there was a huge back and forth about this supposed message that Didi had sent on
Starting point is 03:37:15 Instagram at Cuondo Rondo talking about why you ain't have your pipe gang. Well, it was made clear by Didi's counsel, okay, that that wasn't him sent. sending that message. That was actually an example where he had shared a post by someone else. Now, I feel like Dirk's lawyers were looking really pissed off because Dede's lawyers were really making a big point out of this. But it low-key just amplified the fact that Didi had shared this post, which was a video of Kondo Rondo screaming no over Savi Robinson Lil Pab's body. That's kind of interesting. It's almost like, you know, remember all these separate lawyers or legal teams, they're kind of working towards the same goal of discrediting the government's
Starting point is 03:37:57 case. And this kind of offensive post, he was painstakingly going over it saying, our client didn't, isn't the one that posted this, that's not who put it across. He didn't write the caption. And it's like, Brian Steele was just looking like, bro, can we get this screenshot of the victim being murdered off the screen? Like, they didn't show the screenshot on screen. It was blurred, but it was just like, it was driving attention to the fact that
Starting point is 03:38:20 allegedly the people involved were bragging and posting to each other about the news of what had happened. They looked kind of pissed off. And what made it even worse is that in the midst of showcasing this piece of information, what ended up happening was that allowed the prosecution to say, OK, Bet, well, we're going to point a few things out if you still want to talk about this. They pointed out a couple of comments that were underneath the post. It was the TMZ video of Little Pab on the ground. Somebody commented and they had an OTF related, uh, their page was OTF bad boys. They said no expiration with a devil emoji.
Starting point is 03:38:55 No expiration on that get back is what they were trying to say. So the prosecution were like, okay, we'll point that out. Somebody else commented, NBA stands for nobody alive, all right? Nobody alive. This was obviously a reference to the NBA Youngboy beef. Okay. And the prosecution even said, was Dirk beefing with a guy called Youngboy.
Starting point is 03:39:13 Now they objected to that and the judge asked for a sidebar and they basically said, look, we're going to be talking about that stuff later on. But loki, Didi's lawyer, he kind of, brought the heat back onto everybody by accident by trying to argue this really minute point that didn't matter and even the prosecution were like, look, we never said that he wrote the caption, but you shared and this is what it was and this is what was shared, and then this is the comments that were elicited. It really wasn't great. Somebody had apparently sent a fuchsia's TV account post, so that's a very big Instagram post, to Cuondo Rondo of, no, sorry, to Lil Durk of
Starting point is 03:39:44 the Quando footage, the TMZ footage, okay? It was basically in a string of chat between Durk and somebody that worked for him on August of 20th, 2020, 22, at 1223 a.m. The person that worked for Dirk sent the clip that was on Futures TV. Now, that was crazy, okay? In addition to that, this was so bad. This was so bad. I couldn't believe it. Anyone who's been following this closely will know that there was a Cuondo Rondo
Starting point is 03:40:08 challenge that this, you know, Chicago-based Instagram, he, you know, he the biggest BD, he says, right? Famous Richard. He basically put it out there that he was doing the Quando Rondo Challenge. He made a skit where he basically reenacted. Quondo Rondo's reaction to seeing Lil Pab's body, the TMZ video. Somebody sent Dirk the famous Richard Quando Rondo Challenge. It was on his phone and they played it in full in court.
Starting point is 03:40:29 That was a bad look. These are all things that you really wouldn't want your client being having shown in court. Okay. So they basically say, yeah, this was basically making fun of Cuando Rondo. That's what was going on. All right. And then after that, Brian Steele tried his best effort to try and kind of talk down some of these things, especially these messages where Dirk had said,
Starting point is 03:40:48 don't book no flights in no names connected to me. Now, what was super messed up about that was that there wasn't, there weren't really too many defenses. Brian Steele kept trying to say, oh, you know, there's no proof that Dirk knew what was going on. And the prosecution kept saying, yeah, he's saying, don't book no flights. He knows that you're the one that books flights. And he's saying, don't book no flights connected to me.
Starting point is 03:41:06 And Brian Steele talking about, well, the flights were connected in names that connected to Dirk. So that shows that they don't listen to him. And the prosecution were like, well, it sounds like he did the job before he got the message. Or he was already on it. He had already made up his mind. he made a mistake. The prosecution said we think he made a mistake. A lot of people made a lot of big mistakes in this case. So that was pretty bad. Okay, there was a previous message. I'm not going to lie, I'm going to throw some rampant speculation into this. This is just my opinion.
Starting point is 03:41:32 But after the murder of Lil Pab, right, somebody, this person that worked for Dirk who had been going back and forth about the flights, the person that booked the flights, they sent Dirk a message basically saying, oh, congratulations on J for the wedding. Now, Brian, still made an interesting point and then i'm just going to throw in some speculation i know this is going to hurt a lot of dirk fan's feelings but basically brian still said to the to the um detective that had worked on this and gone over the phone they said did you research what wedding this was he was referring to did you ever connect or think to connect the wedding post to the flights do you know who this jay person is that was mentioned in there um did you know about any plans to go to a wedding abroad did you even
Starting point is 03:42:10 try and work out who jay was who jay's wedding was the detective said no i'm not going to lie i'm speculating possibly, just possibly, that this was coded language and congratulations to Jay on the wedding was congratulations on the get back. That's just a speculation. That could be the case. I don't know for sure, but I'm not going to lie. The government were like, no, we didn't look into no Jay's wedding. Now obviously they can't prove it. They're not going to bring attention to it. But the only conversation Dirk's having with the guys that booked the hitman after the hit happened is make sure you, hey, congratulations to Jay on his wedding. I don't know about that one. I feel like that one was super suss. That was really the best that Brian still could do at that point. And
Starting point is 03:42:45 it was a good effort, but I'm not sure it was that convincing. So we heard testimony from a firearms expert who basically confirmed that it was automatic gunfire that one of the shooters had used a switch. And the way he described it was crazy. He said a switch, you know, it turns a glock into automatic gunfire. He said that this is consistent with the shell casings firing out in a line. He said this is a still screenshot of five shell casings in motion in the air at the same time. There's five shellcases are flying through the air all at the same time.
Starting point is 03:43:12 And he's basically saying, look, this is consistent with the switch, the muzzle flashes, that's what we're going on. We then heard that there would apparently be some testimony that relates to Doody Low. Now, they didn't really get into it. I was thinking, what's going to go? What are they going to say about Doody Low? What's going on with?
Starting point is 03:43:26 I just squashed my beef with Doody Low outside the courthouse. So I'm thinking, okay, I hope there's nothing crazy on Doody Low. We didn't actually see anything from Doody Low today. Nothing. Silence from Doody Low. But they said that there were a series of messages that were apparently incriminating in group chats that involved Doody Low. They had a phone that was named Dirk's iPhone.
Starting point is 03:43:44 And Dirk's iCloud. email account. I won't say the full thing, but part of it was spot and got him. That was part of his iCloud email address. So he out here spot and got him on delete my eye cloud if the Fed said it. They own me don't. Your eye cloud is registered to spot and got them and allegedly you spotting them and getting them. That's crazy. Okay. But anyway, there was basically a bunch of kind of back and forth and we saw the screenshots that were incriminating that were lifted from Dirk's phone that was taken in Georgia. What was very, very interesting about that is that they showed this screenshot set of messages that was basically Dirk trying to get Lil Tim's location after he'd been released from jail.
Starting point is 03:44:18 What was crazy about that is it was basically a back and forth. Someone said, Ma said that, I don't know if this is his messages or if somebody else was forwarding him messages that they had and they had a mole inside Lil Tim's camp. But basically somebody said, Ma, they said they approached him to go home to Savannah. And someone said, okay, what you doing? They did that fast. And then they replied, I'm laying down. They just came and got on the bed.
Starting point is 03:44:40 we listening to them talk. Yes, they said it's been in motion since he got released, but the judge just signed off on it. She said when they was releasing him, he was like, these N-words are asleep, but me getting release is going to wake him up. And then the reply, and I think they didn't really talk much about this text.
Starting point is 03:44:58 I think they're going to bring it up and analyze it in more detail, but I think what they were inferring, that that was Dirk, maybe talking to somebody that's got some connection with them. But basically, allegedly, the response was, can she still get the address? And someone said, yeah, she's just, just waiting on you to tell her what to do.
Starting point is 03:45:12 So that was apparently the efforts to get Lil Tim's address. That's not going to help with the stalking charges, but also DJ Academics's page came up several times. Apparently, Dirk had a screenshot of academics' page on his IG. He had screenshoted the TMZ report that academics reposted on his page of Cuondo Rondo getting shot at Georgia in 2021. So clearly, Durk is watching along all of academic stuff, all right? Obviously, they did an interview together that's going to get played eventually,
Starting point is 03:45:36 but basically they're saying that Dirk, he was locked in, he was watching academics page. If anything happens and he's screenshot in it, it's coming from academics's page. That was crazy. Now, we eventually heard testimony and some group messages between Dirk and this person that worked for him that booked the flights, all about how he was feeling after King Vonn died. This was very tragic. After that, somebody had said to Dirk, love you, we've got to grow old together.
Starting point is 03:45:59 You know I'm over protective of you at all costs. You're like my real little brother, for real. And right after King von died, there were a bunch of back and forth, and unfortunately for Dirk, a lot of these were quite incriminating. They said that Dirk had at least 17 numbers between 2018 and 2024. He changed his numbers frequently and there was a message between Dedey and Dirk where basically Dirk said he deletes all of his texts. They said, Dirk basically said, I deleted my text. It was today, Didi said you deleted it.
Starting point is 03:46:28 And then Dirk played a voice message, which we actually then heard, basically saying, he basically said, yeah, I delete my text every day, my whole thread. I don't want it on my phone. So that really wasn't a great look. He deletes his text every single day. Like, what are you doing to delete your text? How do you got the time to delete your text every day? That sounds long. But anyway, we went back and forth.
Starting point is 03:46:47 We heard a whole bunch of evidence and testimony about these flights. We get the gist. I don't need to tell you over and over again that somebody working for Dirk booked those flights. I don't need to tell you that over and over again, but we heard it relentlessly about these flights. Okay? There was a message where Dirk said,
Starting point is 03:46:59 this is my new number, lock in. Voni, he's my assistant. And he said, I'm going to give you his contact. I want to see you really lock in. I know it's crazy. When do you leave? Now, I don't know who that message was to, but obviously we're going to find out later on. Obviously, we saw a bunch of texts over and over and over again. But what was then interesting is they discussed King Von.
Starting point is 03:47:16 They showed King Von with O-TF and O-block chains. They basically said O-block indicates what neighbourhood Vaughn is from and that he's a black disciple. And every time that Gangs was mentioned, Brian Steele was having a tantrum. I object, I object. And then the judge was kind of like, well, look, he's allowed to say that he's got an affiliation. We already established certain things are going to be allowed to be talked about in this situation. Okay, that is what it is. But basically, Brian Steele was objecting to everything.
Starting point is 03:47:39 They established that King Von was a BD. They said OTF, the family, only the family, was Lil Dirk's label. King Vonn was signed to the label. Von was signed to OTF. They showed Dirk and Vaughn in the red-fitted caps. Both of them were in OTF chains. They proved pretty strong connections between them. And basically, after King Von died, we heard about some of the really tragic messages that had been sent back and forth
Starting point is 03:48:00 with Dirk basically saying how affected he was. He said, Blood, this one got me, Knight-Nuski, who was his kind of. who obviously was killed in front of him. And you know, there's definitely a really messed up irony in this case in the Kwono Rondo, allegedly Lil Pab is Kwondo's cousin, or at least like a cousin to him. Obviously Nuski was Dirk's cousin. Dirk is famously pictured running to the scene and breaking down at the scene of Nuski's murder. Now we're seeing all of this footage being shared around of Kondo Rondo breaking down his cousin Lil Pab's murder.
Starting point is 03:48:29 And Dirk allegedly the cause of it. So Dirk said, blood, this one got me like Nuski. Now weirdly, the prosecution said, do you know who Nuski is? they said no and then they tried to ask in a different way and the judge object that there was an objection and the judge sustained so weirdly it seemed like the FBI agent on the stand kind of messed up and then basically like didn't get his opportunity to say who nooski was which to be honest i think was very relevant but regardless obviously i know this case better than down near everybody okay but um after that we basically saw messages back and forth between that person from dirk's team
Starting point is 03:49:00 who booked the flights and um he said yeah i can see you're down about this i see it in your face Dirk said, I'm dead inside blood. I feel like I lost one of y'all. This is real. I can't fool victim. And basically, we ended up seeing that they'd gone back and forth. Dirk actually sent the clip of King Vonn's death to that contact. They basically showed the clip.
Starting point is 03:49:20 We saw all of the clips. They played some, I'm going to lie. They played footage that I've never seen before of the King von death. They showed a whole bunch of stuff that we hadn't seen before in excruciating detail that I was completely unfamiliar with. There was kind of extended footage of Cuando walking around before he got jumped by King Von. It was a much longer and a completely crystal clear 4K video. Von obviously hops out the black truck and jumps Cuando.
Starting point is 03:49:45 Now, we saw the next angle and obviously we could see Lil Tim shooting Von in a lot more detail. You could see the muzzle flash. You could see the gun kind of, I don't know, the side kicking back or whatever. I'm not a firearms expert. But basically we kind of saw all of that in great detail. It was very obvious. People always saying, oh, Von got killed by the police. That's cap.
Starting point is 03:50:02 That's not what happened. okay it clearly was little tim you could see the gun going off and what was really interesting is we saw obviously now we know that vonie was the one driving the car but it was weird because you kind of saw muwop sort of holding everyone up a little bit like all four of them try and cram into the back of the car and there's not enough space and Vonny's trying to drive away in the car and he's stopping because muwop's not all the way in the car he's trying to cram himself into the car it's too full they ain't closing the door he damn near sits on top of somebody else somebody to get in the back of the car and then it drives off but it's like muwop kind of slowed the getaway down a little bit by insisting that he was in a car now that's no
Starting point is 03:50:33 respect to him. I'm not saying it's his fault. I don't think anything could have been done to save Von. But what I do know is that now you can see that in detail. You can see that it's like he wasn't leaving his man's behind, but that kind of... By the way, thank you for the donation. Who's that? It's Sosa says, so how does the defense combat that my client isn't denying he was wondering his whereabouts. He was in pain after losing his close friend. Yeah, um, yeah, it's going to be interesting. It's going to be interesting. It's going to be interesting. And you're so right. Thank you for that donation, by the way.
Starting point is 03:51:07 You're so right. Dirk's team's going to have to explain why Dirk had on his phone the whereabouts of these guys if he didn't plan to go see him. You didn't plan for nobody to go kill him. Why do you have their address? Okay. Dr. Moe, 7773 says OTF Act 300. Act from 64th and 65th. He's not from 63rd.
Starting point is 03:51:29 Someone says, Act is looking nervous. Laugh my ass off. OTF Act. So somebody said, Ross never called Dirk a snitch. I agree. He said Dirk's defense team is blaming Vaughn. He says, The internet called Dirk a stench.
Starting point is 03:51:40 I agree, too. 747 says, Vaughn is gone. Somebody says, you're calling Ross, everything but a liar. Ross is 100% on his game, being unbiased, and that's what you're mad about.
Starting point is 03:51:50 No, I'm not mad about Traplor Ross. I like what he's doing. I'm trying to tell him to not get influenced by these other people. Somebody say, take your hand off the fucking microphone. Oh, was that when I had the phone? I apologize. Someone said, but is he lying, no?
Starting point is 03:52:06 Someone said, trying to be low-key at work, but at got me dying. Jay DeRood, thank you, brother. T.G. Vaughn, thinking for the two. Says, Little Tim wasn't talking to King Vaughn in that video. What video are you talking about? Somebody said, Jam got another song called Federal Freestyle. Ain't that coincidental? That's true, too.
Starting point is 03:52:22 Dirk has federal nightmares. Jam got Federal freestyle. Bezzie said Durk had on a green suit and White Air Force. He was smiling good spirits, acts trapp, Lord Ross, and Armand. about the dude in the wheelchair that got kicked out the court for disturbing. Actually, call me. I heard there was a guy in the courtroom in a wheelchair that supposedly might have video footage. Do not record.
Starting point is 03:52:46 Please, they will ban you. Black Mexico, thank you for the 10. Jason Carter, things for the 5. Says, act, that guy that got arrested at the Super Bowl, he's from New Orleans. Kay Gates, okay. Beasie said, I just left the trial. Act, too soon to say he's cook or not. Thank you for the 20 again.
Starting point is 03:53:02 Jury is bored. They're falling asleep. The Asian juror stands up the whole time. Jam did not testify. Last person to testify was FBI agent. Bezzie, well, here's the thing. Of course, they're going to be bored until the cooperator gets on the stand. He's going to get fired. That's probably tomorrow. We're hoping. J. Mack, think for the 10. DeAngelo Jones, thankfully gifted. So young thug went broke on million-dollar lawyers and now could only afford tank tops. Check out, wicked films. Well, then Drake, you know, Drake blessed him. a million dollars. So I said, put him away for any violation. Laugh now, cry later, right? King Vaughn said 6'9 never had to snitch on the rest of the guys, and it comes through the streets. It happens every day, and he's right.
Starting point is 03:53:44 So I said, Von explained this online six years ago. So one said, this is $2 for Vonny's dad drug habit. Chat, you know, you want to just receive the legal document, so I don't know if this is the mom of Vani, but they sent a legal document saying there's a court order barring. barring Vonny's dad from speaking about him or not speaking about it's odd I gotta read through they sent me a court document claiming that there's an actual court order that bars Hassan from speaking about them somebody says I look like OTF jam stop it boy
Starting point is 03:54:21 spin the Reaper thing for five says Von's dad are goofy Vonnie's dad is goofy how he a real cousin but allegedly had to be paid to slide for von hmm TLA Glory thing for five says who pays her own member for a hit retaliation the must regardless right Kid Q says your hang hang up act his dad's on dust so must the man he sound like he's reading from his scripts somebody said jann probably told on memo um like mike says it's still still trying he his best to start beef shirac what uh somebody says bro they rob memo and he jumped out the window Charles staying for the out membership yellow says uh yellow 6 says
Starting point is 03:55:02 So no evidence is paper trail, Dirk or the hit are paid for it. All it comes down to is a jury believing a bunch of rats beyond a reasonable doubt. 747 thing from five Canadians says, yo, will this be a reflective moment in hip-hop for other rappers moving forward or will nothing change? I think people will change for a bit
Starting point is 03:55:20 and then you're going to realize the guys, here's the thing. Dirk's the lives of a dying breed. These niggies not killing people. Just like Poo Shisey's the lives of a dying breed. These niggies not shooting people. So again, ultimately, I think these guys have gotten enough chance. It's almost putting it to a place where they're just getting, they're getting eliminated themselves.
Starting point is 03:55:43 But will anything change for anyone else? No. So why TT, little Ted looked like a teenage version of Charles Barkley Jr. Act tell Wack and Blueface when he answers soon. Somebody says, Jam Original Hood is MTV. I interview them and they spoke on him telling. on a couch TV. Okay.
Starting point is 03:56:05 So I said, what's up with Kifi D? And Kikyu says Faha. And nine quarter piece says sheesh, OTF 773. Thank you. 102 Southside cuts. Thank you. And I think we should be good. I'll go to the academy.
Starting point is 03:56:32 I'm going to slow things down a little bit. Now, apparently, after somebody had actually sent Lil Durk, a video of one of Cuondo Rondo's associates diss in King Von. It was that famous song where he said Free Lil Tim, hold up wait, free King Tim and he said he's smoking on Von. Obviously I've covered all of that in my Demon Slayers video.
Starting point is 03:56:51 But Durk was sent that video and he replied, yeah, just wait till that get back. So after that, there was a bunch of other audio messages that were kind of sent back and forth. Some stuff that we'd heard, you know, that we'd already kind of heard. And there was a big audio message in a big group chat that had Didi, Doody Low, Booney Mo,
Starting point is 03:57:09 Wook, Dirk, other people. So there was a bunch of group chats, basically Dirk saying that, stuff we'd already heard, but he ain't gone on the phone to squash yet. This is for, this is for Von and Dethang. If I'm about it for my brothers, you can test me, call about peace,
Starting point is 03:57:22 take a piece of the switch. We heard that and we saw that message. They showed a audio message where Dirk said, tell them dude, suck a dick on Lil Mo. He was putting a lot of stuff on Lil Mo. He's saying, you didn't do nothing on Lilmo. We can have a boxing match for 20 million,
Starting point is 03:57:35 but Cuondo, your homie, Kondo can die, you can't get on the phone and scorch the beef. So I don't know who he was talking about who was going to fight. But that was very interesting. So there were a bunch of other things that I'll break down to you in a longer video. But Dirk basically kept talking to people in the days after King von died. He said, yeah, I'm good, but I'm in my feelings. I'm ready to put this together.
Starting point is 03:57:51 There was apparently a conversation where Dirk actually denied wanting to check himself out. If you get what I'm trying to say, his guy that booked the flights said MF's going to be in their feelings a while. Shit ain't easy to get over. Von was a real one. Dirk said, I know I ain't letting shit slide him die and turn me into a different animal. And then Dirk says, what if that was you? Von would have been outside right now.
Starting point is 03:58:11 Goes into the theory of being consumed by revenge. And that person said facts. After that, Dirk said, shit got me and my feelings too. I'm sick, sick, but I'm not sending myself off. I can't. Okay? So after this, there were kind of some interesting back and forth where basically Brian Steele was grilling them once again.
Starting point is 03:58:29 And he was basically, actually, no, sorry, this was at the right at the end. Brian Steele actually had a back and forth with a judge and basically said, look, he was trying to grill the investigators on their lack of follow-ups. They're saying the agent met multiple witnesses 13 times with cooperator 1, 2 and 3. And basically was just saying, look, I feel like I can reserve my cross-examination until after the witnesses testify. And the judge was kind of getting a bit frustrated. He's basically saying, look, I'm not going to let you keep asking questions to make
Starting point is 03:58:54 investigators look bad trying to say, why didn't you interview the... Why didn't you record every single second of every interview? He said, I'm not going to let you make them look bad. You could always do more in an investigation, but it's not for you to say, oh, you met with them 12 times. Why didn't you meet with them 13? Why didn't you meet with them 9 million times? You're not a good investigator. So the judge kind of shut that down, and it sounded like one of Brian Steele's kind of best efforts to, you know, kind of argue on behalf of Dirk,
Starting point is 03:59:17 might be getting closed off if you can't keep asking those questions. So look, that's everything. I'm going to keep you guys updated on everything that happens. I'm not going to lie. A lot of free Dirk fans out there today, but you know what I'm saying? I took them head on. I went out and spoke to a lot of them. Some of them were friendly. Some of them were.
Starting point is 03:59:31 Okay. King Talk on the Academy page. Thank you for becoming a member. Ard Varkian says, Dirk could be a snitch and not have a 5K1 letter. That's not how it works in federal court. Again, that would mean he'd be snitching for fun. You get zero benefit of cooperating
Starting point is 03:59:52 if you don't have a 5K1 letter. Now, if you get sentenced, remember the only other way you could depart from from minimums because that's the thing that kind of dictates all this is a rule 35. That's a post-sentencing though, okay? OTF 773, or you're on both pages. Shout to you, man, chat lieutenant in the building.
Starting point is 04:00:09 Alex, what up, man? It says, yo, you would have been an accessory to murder act. What? If what happened? Legendary 2553 says go to Taylor Perrease tweet. She has Brian Steele update. Okay, we did go to her. And thank you.
Starting point is 04:00:23 Now we're going to add her to a list of people we go check out. Art Varkin says 690 literally says Durk was going to tell everyone. He said Dirk was going to tell and everyone was going to say, but they already were snitching on him, so it's okay. Okay, we did get, do not. Who else? Somebody said, Akivani and Jam already pled guilty. How is Smirkyo team blaming anything on them?
Starting point is 04:00:47 They did it. He's not blaming on them. And by the way, thank you for the $50. Heavy, big spender. Thank you, brother. Thank you, thank you. Also, OTF 773, thank you for the 20. Big spender, man.
Starting point is 04:00:56 And you dropped another 10. You dropped about $100 today. I appreciate you. Phelps, let me give you, it's not about blaming. Dirk acknowledged the crime happened. What he's saying is that the crime stopped with the guy who admitted it. He's basically saying, why do we even have this trial going on? If somebody admitted to doing it, why are y'all trying to keep listening to this guy
Starting point is 04:01:17 when all he has to add is, all right, yeah, did it? All these things happen, but he told me. So he's basically saying the case ends and starts with Vani. Okay? OTS 773, thank you, says we're revealed in court, according to Michael Blackshire on X, that Dirk fired Vaughney in January 23, a possible motive to put all the blame on smirk.
Starting point is 04:01:42 Hmm. What's good? He says, I don't like, you don't even like Kenny, niggas know I drink juice and shit, face ass. Legendary 2553, thank you. He says, go to these accounts. What's Blackshire Flick? I haven't seen that on X.
Starting point is 04:02:01 You haven't seen that on X. And we did look at Taylor. K. Flox's attorney, what up? It says, Act, not one podcaster has covered this case as deep as you have. We love you, Big Act, for sure. You showed it once again while you're the goat in this shit. I appreciate you. Gene C. 2784.
Starting point is 04:02:16 Thank you for the 10. It says, Act. It's the Act fucked up. How you said, fuck little pop. You just want, Dirk home. His family, got to see it. Did I say fuck a little pop? I don't think I did.
Starting point is 04:02:30 Maybe I said in the sequence of, like, making an example. or something, but not as a genuine feeling. I could go back and look at the clip. Silky RU 9441, things for five, says, act, why you keep letting people disrespect you? Act, you never stand up for us. Walk them down, I know you better. Okay?
Starting point is 04:02:48 All right, chat, we gotta go ballistic on them as soon as they start getting at the chat. You know what it is? There's a separation from a lot of these people when they're explaining an unpopular opinion and the chat is saying something different. they try to be like, well, you guys have never been there in my position. Oh, you guys work a 9 to 5.
Starting point is 04:03:08 You guys don't know about, you know, being under the gun like I've been under the gun. And obviously, it comes off the suspect for sure. But it's one of those things. I think once they do it, it's cope, right? It's cope. Like, okay, no one in the chat could understand you because of what now? Anyway. Silky also said 9 was caught with underage female.
Starting point is 04:03:32 Are you talking about Ronald number 9? What? Ghost Dog TV says when 69 came in Philadelphia, why did he check in with Gilly? Did he? 513 Ruger Red. Thank you for the gifted membership. I appreciate you.
Starting point is 04:03:44 Moss or Moso G. 63. So, Act, did you see the Africans in Ghana protesting for Little Dirk's freedom? I actually did. I actually did. They seem more organized and peaceful than anybody, yeah? That's not it. Right here. Legendary says
Starting point is 04:04:10 do not. YouTube channel. If we're being honest, Dirk is cooked. At least he didn't film his crime, though, like Poo Shai-Sty. The Skinny Day 1 says, Ack, why are you running a smear campaign on mustard? I know y'all Drake fans, what? The way you were it made it seem like Drake told you.
Starting point is 04:04:28 No, none of that came from Drake. What are you talking about? No, what I'm saying is that it was, these stories are coming from. Mustard and his wife are in a fight. She or someone that might be connected to her, is trying to put out a story or trying to get the media to kind of look at it to say, my ex-husband has been torturing me and doing weird stuff. That's the story.
Starting point is 04:04:58 The story doesn't have to do anything with Drake other than Drake following her. Now, granted, that probably asks to the story, but that's not the story. The stories that they're going through divorce. Okay? Is Black Shire Flick Twitter? You got to send me that Twitter. link do not has a youtube page okay here we go wait that's from that's from yesterday that ain't deep out here and you can't come out here and you can come out here and
Starting point is 04:06:34 you can come out here and say free little dirt look dirt look dirt look all these people out here You profited off a black culture. You profited off of dirt.
