I had to do a bunch of stuff before I could actually get on stream, fortunately, but we're here now. Okay, I do have the transcript queued up. I told you guys I was going to have the transcript. I got that cued up.

Jam is back in court. He's being questioned currently. This is still direct, which means this is the, first set of questions from the prosecutor because it's a prosecutor's witness, all right? Eventually, they will become an opportunity where Jam will be cross-examined by the defense, okay? And then after that, there is a possible what's called a redirect and then possibly even a recross. Now, just being honest here, I think it, I think Jam is such an important witness. that we're going to have the defense,

they're going to take every opportunity to go at jam. Try discredit him, try to, you know, put some, poke some holes in his story, kind of show the fact that, hey, this guy's only saying all these stuff because he's trying to get out of jail. He's never had a conscience before because you heard that sob story first day, right?

Oh, man, my parents was a crackhead. They put a gun in my hand when I was 12. It sounds really good. But a good defense attorney is going to be like, so you're telling me, you kill somebody over 12 years ago. Did you ever write the family a letter? No? Did you ever, you know, do anything to atone for your sins back then? No?

So the only time you're down to talk about it and take some accountability is when you get an immunity deal that's going to keep your ass out of prison. That's the only time? Really? After 12 years? Come on. We're not buying that. So I expect Brian Steele to rip a hole, pause. But rip apart everything Jam is saying.

And Jim kind of made him, oh, yeah, I had to rob niggas. Even one time I had to rob people for food. You know, Trappleroros reacted to that. I was like, well, you know what? Kind of felt bad for him. Niggie, just come on, bro. You know? So a good defense attorney is going to rip a hole into everything he's saying.

He's not a victim. This is a guy who, you know, just like how he's laying down the, all the gang rules of the BDs or whatever. And he's saying, put your life for the gang. Even though, by the way, half of the stuff he was saying about the gang, he's, he's completely going against now you can't have him have you in your feelings like oh man he's the victim no he's not no he's not but jammy the bull is on the stand people welcome we are in day four day four for us is going to be day six in the case because they count jury selection we don't count that but i do have the uh i have the this is the transcript okay

so Jamie the Bull was on the stand for around the later half of the afternoon and the day ended with him being on the stand. Now you guys have heard a lot about what was supposedly said by him. I hear somebody even just came out now and Sadie Nash said he actually didn't admit to three bodies. I'm like, you know what, let's just go to the, we're going to go to the tail of the tape, which is going to be the transcript. Okay, this is the official record. and this will even be used, and it's probably already being used, to possibly set up a appeal

or anything that could happen from this case subsequently. All right? Okay. So I think the little starting versions, I don't care about these things, but we should probably start off with it. Okay, let's start off with it. I'm going to try to get through reading this a little bit quickly.

You guys should be up to speed on exactly, exactly what's going on. So just rock out. Let's get through some of this stuff quickly. All right, chat. This is OTF Jam on a stand. You're going to hear every word he says in court. I'm going to repeat it here. Then we're going to get to updates from today. Okay. So let me get into this quick. So, um, his name is Mr. Hester. But we're, for these purposes, we're going to call him Jammy the Bull or, um, OTF jam. Okay. But his real name is Casey Hester. Anyway, good afternoon, Mr. Hester. That, by the way, this is the, uh, AUSA asking or saying. Jammy the Bull says, what's up?

Says, so are you currently detained in federal custody? Jamie says, yes, sir. Question says, and by the way, remember people said that Jamie the Bull was dropping addresses, told him out, yo, whoever mad about me telling him, come get up with me, here's my low, he's lying. I think it was in the same shoe as probably were at 6'9 and then was that. Like, come on, he's a protective witness.

He's not dropping no lows. Like, come on. That was cap. But he probably put it out there as bait. Maybe either by the government telling him. Maybe. Actually, I probably think the government put him up to that where he dropped the location to see if Dirk was stupid enough to go have some niggas try to slide. Because you got to remember, at this point, Dirk knows this niggas testifying, right?

Let's see if, because that's what they got Big U on. Big U tried to get an inmate to kill another inmate, which is you try to kill a witness. Like, when they have a weak case or the cases like whatever, It doubles down on the case when they could say, oh, we caught him trying to hide evidence. He's trying to kill a witness. So I think that's what that was about. But the guy was in custody. Never got let out.

Okay? Say, yes, sir. He says, is that because you've pled guilty to federal crimes? Jammy says, yes, sir. So what charges did you plead guilty to, Jamie? Jamie the Bull says, conspiracy to commit murder for hire. Conspiracy to commit kidnapping resulted in murder, robbery murder, and carrying a firearm. and firing a firearm.

AUSA says, do one of those murders relate to the death of Savire Robinson? Jammy says yes. They show an exhibit. It says, what am I showing you? Do you see this? Do you recognize it?

Jamie says, I do recognize it. And so, who is that? I said, that's me. With a gun in my hand. It's how you know it's you? Because the shoes I got on. I mean, I had some red and white prodigms on that day.

The AUSA says, well, we'll get into the details that I'm murder in a moment. But right now, as you look around the courtroom, do you see any other people who participated in the murder and or the planning of Mr. Robinson's murder? Jamie says yes. AUSA says, can you tell me who they are? Jamie says, Dirk.

He says, you mean Mr. Banks? Yeah. Do you see anyone else? Didi over there? He said, do you mean D'Andre Wilson? Yes. Do you see anyone else? Yeah, him right there.

I don't know his name. I just know him as the CVL shorty. Said, okay. So do you see another person who you committed this murder with here in the court? Yes. Can you tell us where he's sitting or just describe something that he's wearing that we can know who you're talking about? Man, that boy got a black suit over there, great tie, glasses. Objection.

Okay? will stipulate to his identification in court, Judge. Judge says, all right, based on a stipulation, the record will reflect Mr. Lindsay has been identified, okay? AOSA says, we'll get into details in the murder in a little bit, but I want to talk to you at least a little bit. First of all, in the matter of the murder of Savaya Robinson, were you targeting Mr. Robinson or were you targeting someone else?

Nah, we was targeting Cuando Rondo. But why were you targeting, Kondo Rondo in particular. Man, we were doing it for the revenge of King Vaughn getting killed. Okay. I want to talk to you a bit about your background. Where are you from, sir? Jammin the Bull says, from the rack, south side, Englewood.

A USA says, have you lived on the south side of Chicago your entire life? Yes, sir. How old are you? Thirty-four. In your life, have you been involved with a criminal street gang on the south side of Chicago, known as the Black Disciples. Yes, sir. And I want to ask you a couple questions

about your involvement with the gang in respect to the Black Disciples in general on the South Side of Chicago. Are there blocks or clicks within the Black Disciples umbrella? Yeah. Were you one of those blocks of clicks? Yeah, I was.

Which one? Lamron, 300. And how old are you when you got into the game? Well, I've been around that shit my whole life. But I got blessing when I was nine. You said you got but Leston. What does that mean?

Yeah. Is that like an initiation? Yes. Why is it? Or actually, wait, do you know why the block that you were involved with inside the black disciples

was called Lamron? Jamie says, because we're off normal. We're off 64th and normal. And if you spell it backwards, we say we ain't normal so we call ourselves Lamron

so the question then becomes from the AUSA so the gang originated on the intersection of 64th and normal right and Lamron is normal backwards Steele says objection

he's repeating the testimony the AUSA says I'm just trying to justify your honor I'm trying to justify I'm trying to clarify all right that's it overruled A. USA says, I want to talk to you about the structure of the gang. Did you ever become a leader within the gang?

GMI says yes. What position did you obtain within the gang? Gemi says a minister. The question becomes, what authority does a minister have? A lot. Can a minister issue directives to younger members? Yes. To commit acts of violence, for example?

Yes. How does someone rise to a level of leadership in the gang? Multiple ways. Can you give some examples? This is Jamming right here. It could be how they see people, rise through the rank, through money, inherited, like their family held, somebody in their family held power within the mob,

or violence, ways like that. AOSA says, so why did you rise to a level of leadership in a black disciple? He says, through violence. Question number comes. And when you were an active member in Lamron, By the way, is Lamron also referred to as Lamron 300? He says yes. So, well, could you briefly explain why it's referred to as 300?

Answer becomes because like the movie 300, the Spartans, how they never back down to nobody, that's just us. AUSA says, is it fair to say that Lamron could be referred to as Lamron, Lamron 300, or maybe just 300 in general? Yeah. Question number comes. So when you an active member of Lamarron 300, did you participate meetings with other black disciples?

Yes. And just so we're clear on why that's relevant, did another individual that you committed this murder with also participate in some of those meetings? Yes. Who? Dirk, little Dedy. So you're saying Mr. Wilson and Mr. Banks?

Yeah. Okay. I just want to talk about that we could get an understanding of, what are those meetings about? Are they regular? How those things go? Jammy the Bull, he says,

first it was regular meetings every Friday. But if it was an emergency going on, we would just be called at any time. A USA says, is this a member of, okay, excuse me, are the participants of that meeting just Lamron block click people?

Or is it more like a broad black disciples on the south side of Chicago meeting? Jammy says, depending on the situation. It could be multiple clicks of black disciples. The question becomes, what type of things are dealt with at those means? Jamie says, could be violations, could be black disciples. You know, different clicks. They're getting into it.

I don't know. It could be, he gets cut off by the AUSA. Let me stop you real quick. There's some slang we got to educate the jury here on. Is that okay? So you just said the black disciple clicks that get into it. Did you just say that? Jamie says yes.

Can you explain what the term getting into it means or being into it? Jamie says like how to act like beefing with each other. Okay, please continue. That's what the EUSA says. Jamie says, yeah, it could be murders being discussed. Black disciples get into oppositions could be discussed, things like that. The question becomes can folks get blessed in at those meetings also? Answer is yes.

Do you have to bless in order to be a member? You got to be blessed in. You have to bless in to be a order to be a member. Yes. Is there a kind of oath you got to take when you bless in? Yes, it is. Can you explain it? You get blessed in with three laws, three different laws.

Like when I was blessed in, the three laws I was blessed in with was that I will sacrifice my life for the nation's causes. I will abide by all commands given to me by the king upon all the chiefs, and I will greet and salute any member of the black disciple nation with a touch of the hand and a clenched fist. A USA says, so I want to be clear, what was the first one? A, well, not A, I mean, Jamie says, I will sacrifice my life for the nation causes.

AUSA says for the nation causes, meaning black disciples nation, right? Right? Jamie says yes. Question says, okay, so what was the second one again? I'll abide by all commands given to me by the king and all upon the chiefs. AUSA says abide by the commands of leadership then, right? Jamie says yes. He said, what was that third one? Jamie says, I will greet any member and salute them if they're a member of the black disciple

with a touch of the hand and a clenched fist. the AUSA says that one has to deal with the greeting and salute in the fellow BDs, right? Meaning black disciples. Yeah. So what does the first one mean? Now, again, they're going through painstaking

effort to try to educate the jury who probably a bunch of white dudes don't know too much about gangs or BDs about the procedure here and show that it's structural. Jeremy says, basically, you won't put your life on a line for whatever, whatever they tell you to do.

He says, well, does that include not tolerating disrespect? Yeah, of course. AUSA says, you said, of course. I want to talk to you about some principles within the gang of criminal, I mean, the black disciples.

Is it important to be loyal to your block, loyal to the black disciples as a member of the black disciples? Jamie says yes. Can you please tell us about that? Jamie says, I mean, you got to be trustworthy. Brother got to trust you in every way. Situation is like this.

you got to be able to count on the other BD members. AUSA jumps in and says, okay, so you said situations like this. What do you refer to when you mean situations like this? GAMI says, people go into jail, people snitching. They stop them again. Okay, so in other words, part of loyalty is to not cooperate, right? Jamie says yes, not testify, right? Jamie says yes, not testify in general, right?

Jamie, you get a piece, yes. Wait, are you familiar with the term get back? Jamie says yes. What? Does the term get back mean to you? Jamie says, man, get back. It's like if somebody killed one of your homies, somebody got to, or somebody shoot one of your homies, you get revenge.

You get your lick back. You get back. The AUSA says, you are getting your get back? That's interesting. You are getting your lick back? Jammy says yes. Is that something that is known on the streets with a certain black disciple members

or block got their lickback or not, or get back or not? Yes. Can it look bad if you didn't get your lickback or your revenge? Yes. How is that? Jammy says, I mean, you don't want to be looked at in a weak block.

You don't want to know what to feel like they could come and kill y'all and get away with it because people are going to pray on that, you know? And you got all the BDs. that push issues too. Like, it's not just something you're allowed to happen. Question is, or AUSA says,

are there encouragement? Encouragement for get back in terms of just culture around gangs, even from non-gang members. Jamie says, wait, say that again. They rephrase. Let me ask you this. Can your family be disappointed

sometimes if you don't get that? Jamie says, yes. Believe it in that, yeah. they asked him in what I mean your grandmother be mad your grandmother be mad they'd be feeling like their loved one got killed

and nobody did nothing behind it AUSA asks So what about Where a prominent member of the black Disciples gang is murdered by some rival Is it especially important Or is it just the same Jamie says

The issue might even get to push a little bit more Why is that man because people just more important than others some people just more important than others you know they ask him so does that mean getting revenge for some folks is more important than maybe a not important gang member jemmy says yes a USA says the leaders within the gang and the prominent members are they kind of held to held up as examples of how strong a block is yeah is that a part of the reason why it's important yeah Let's talk about respect.

What about respect? Okay? I understand that it might be important to you broadly, but I'm talking about specifically to the black disciples. Is respect important? Mm-hmm. Can you tell us a little bit more about that, jammy? Jammy goes on.

I mean, you're going to be respected. You don't want nobody to, if you're a leader, you want people to respect you. You don't want them to think they could go behind them. on your back, probably do some snake stuff, not listen to what you got to say. If somebody don't respect you, then how could they look up to you?

AUSA says, can it be dangerous to not be respected? Yeah. How's that? Jamie says, because you ain't, because if you ain't respected, you could be a target.

AUSA says, is everyone the black disciples considered a shooter? A person who could be counted on to commit shootings. Nah. Okay, couldn't you explain the different roles within that the people have and the identity around as a gang member in the black disciples if they're not just shooters? What are the other folks? Jammy says, it could be a person that give money, whether that could be, you know, that get money, whether that's be selling drugs, a skimmer, it could be a fighter, you know,

just anything really. Now everybody not kill us. Everybody around is not kill us. People do all the type of stuff that's not killers. Like, I can't just speak on all of them off the top, but people play multiple roles. Okay. Do the shooters get respect? Yeah. A lot of respect? Yeah.

Did you get respect? Yeah. Were you a shooter? Yeah, I was. Did you have a reputation of violence? Yeah. I'm going to talk to you about that in a second, but when's the first time that you can remember picking up a gun and shooting at someone?

This is Jammy I was 12 Could you tell us about this Dammy? Here's Jamie he's gonna Go through Jammy the Bull y'all It was Halloween Somebody came shooting a paintball

Gun and hit one of our older guys in the face Shot him in the face with a paintball He was mad about it My cousin Chris He grabbed some guns He gave them To one And he gave them to one of me

and one of my other homies told us, when that car come back down here, air it out, shoot it up. And when that car came down the block, that's exactly what I did. And USA said, so this is what an older gang member was telling you and others to shoot at the car next time you see it, right? He says, yeah, and you shot at it. Yeah. They didn't want to get hit that you know of?

Jammy says, I mean, I was told somebody got hit, but I'm not 100% sure. they ask him About how many times we're involved in shootings From the age of 12 until 18 I don't know man Like 15 10 Like something like that

I ain't sure I'm not sure about the real number But something up there Okay I want to just put a sort of perspective on what you're saying now So you at the age of 18 Essentially went to prison for 12 years

Is that right? Yeah Okay So right now So right now I'm focusing on before you went to prison for that long stretch. Okay? So between 12 and 18, it sound like you said that that period there was about 10 to 15 shootings. Yeah.

What about robberies? Were you involved in robberies back then? Yeah. Are we talking about strong arm robberies with your hands and fists or also firearms? Nah. Armed robberies with guns. About how many robberies did you? you commit during that time frame?

A lot, man, a whole lot. Like, I ain't gonna lie to y'all niggas, man. Probably like a hundred plus on the dead homies. On phoned them grave. Who were you robbing? Drug dealers. Was it just drug dealers? The only time I robbed somebody other than a drug dealer,

I just robbed a nigga for some food. You said for food. Why did you have the need to commit these robberies at such a young age? Man, I'm going to keep it up being with you. My mom and dad, they were crackheads, hooked on drugs. And I had the responsibility at 12. I had to pay my mom a bill.

Like, I'm my mom's youngest, and out of everybody, I was the one that had to step up to the plate. I was the only one willing to do it. I got turned on the robberies. It was an easy way to get money. So it's just what I did. Then the black disciples, Chicago Street Gangs in general. Oh, okay, that's the opposite.

Okay. So that's what I did. EOSA jumps in. Okay, within the BDs and the Chicago street gangs, are you familiar with the term a name, someone having, quote, unquote, a name in the streets? Yeah. Can you explain to ladies and gentlemen what that means? Jamie says, man, it just means having respect a name for yourself. That is because you get money, you being a shooter, people fear you, just having respect, a name for yourself, different type of ways. You mentioned robberies.

In 2010, did you participate in a robbery in Racine, Wisconsin? Yeah, I did. Can you tell us about that robbery? So, bet, check this out. Me and another BD from another block who was asking me to ship at a time. He asked me to go with him to go rob a nigger. somebody that his daddy was dealing out of town with where he was selling drugs at

the dude played and played his daddy out of some money so like the dude owned a store and his daddy was cleaning his money for him and his daddy told him the dude played him out of some money so we went to rob him we went to rob him doing the robbery so wait wait let me stop you real quick so we're clear here situation where an older gang member told you that there was some beef involved in an individual who owned a store who was cleaning money cleaning drug money for him for his dad. Yeah. And this older gang member felt that this person still says objections.

He's objecting. He's saying, ask questions. You know, you're supposed to ask these people questions, not coax them by saying, so this, this, this, right? Court still overrules it. So still not sustained. AUSA is going to change track a little bit, though. He says, okay, I'm just trying to clarify.

So go ahead, counsel. So this older gang member told you that This guy cheated his dad out of some money Yeah And this guy owned his store So the plan was to rob this guy Yeah And the guy was located in Wisconsin

Yeah Did you participate in the robbery? Yeah So tell us what happened So boom We went inside We locked the door, we pulled out the gun The dude tried to take off running

My other homie grabbed him They started fighting They tussling And my homie told me, nigger, shoot him. He told me, he's like, yo, dude, shoot that nigga. Okay? So when I shot him the first time, he's like, he's like, no, basically told me,

yo, you got to kill him or else he won't go to jail. So what did you do? I put the gun to his head and I pulled the trigger. How old were you at that point? Man was 17. It's going to further than the trajectory here. But did you eventually speak to the FBI about that murder? Yeah.

When? 2023. Was it after you participated in another murder, the murder that you're here for, murder of Survivor Robinson? Yeah. Is that when you start cooperating with the FBI? Yeah.

Did you confess to this murder that you just described? Yeah. Have you pled guilty to that crime? Yeah. In the beginning of your testimony, when you were talking about the charges you played guilty to, were you including that one? Yeah.

You mentioned you know Mr. Banks. Do you call him Dirk too? Yeah. When did you first meet Dirk? Like, Jamie says, like first meet him or like new of him or whatever? Met him. Like 0807. Okay, how old were you then?

14, 15, something like. like that. Did you eventually know him to be a black disciple from Lamron 300? Yeah. How did you find that he was a black disciple for the Lamron 300? So I went to jail. When I came from jail, he was around. He was at our meetings. He was shaking up Lamron. He was at all our parties. I mean, he hung around. And when you say he was shaking up Lamron, what does that mean? Are you referring to a handshake that he was doing? Yeah. Do you have any gang-related tattoos? Yeah. What kind and what do they say?

I got 2 for 14. Me, BDN. I've got 300. I've got Lamron 300. I've got OTF. You have 300. Is that considered to be Lamron? Yes.

Do black disciples have hand signs? Are you saying, do we have gang signs? Yes. Yes. Okay. All right. Let's give me a second. We are reading his testimony from yesterday. I will pop in to see if we have any current updates about what's going on in court. It's going to be lengthy with me reading the actual testimony because there was a couple hours he was on the stand. He's expected to be able to stand for a couple hours today. We don't want to get lost or left behind by reading yesterday's full testimony to ignore what is going on today. So let me just see if there's any updates. I do know that Trappler Ross, you know, it's been a bunch of drama with him. He's got in there to court. And what he initially said when he got in there, he says he's getting threatened with violence.

If he doesn't change his coverage on Dirk, people contacting him, saying they will come to his house and hurt him if he doesn't start being positive, despite what he's hearing in court. So people hate free speech, it seems. He then continued by saying it's easy it would be. I can't stop now. I might be the only person telling the truth out here. Says Kanye just came to Dirk's trial,

refused to stand for the jury when the break started. Yeah, I was told that Kanye was coming. Yeah. Jam claimed he called Dirk. Jam claimed he called Dirk after returning to Chicago after Pob's murder. He was mad. He got dragged into this beef. Dirk just smiled and said,

you ain't able to kill Kwan, no name. you killed Pop, but he counts. He was smoking on Vaughn too, nigga. He can't do that shit no more. I love you, bro. Wow, okay, that's interesting. So it looked like Jam was trying to confront Dirk on some, damn, bro, like, nigga, you really sent me up the river to go kill this,

nigga, bro? Like, what's up with you? He's basically, so Jam is saying, remember the story goes, Jam never knew Von like that. But Jam would do anything for that. Dirk. But I guess Jam is realizing like what the fuck

that this shit's on the news this and third. He's like looking at like Dirk like your bro like bro why are you going to bring me in this beef when like this is some y'all niggies doing internet shit. Right? Jam claimed that right after the murder of Poball

He felt like Pab was an innocent man and that he'd been sent on a dummy mission with some goofies by Dirk for selfish reasons. And he said he saw an opportunity to get out the situation. What was very interesting is when he got arrested, he basically wrote a handwritten note to the FBI.

So what he claimed is that he said that he was allowed to make a phone call. He said the phone, the official phone wasn't there or it wasn't working. So they said, look, we'll let you make a supervised recorded call on your cell phone. but like that's what we're going to have to do. We'll allow you that. So he made a call and then he told the cops hey, can I have a bit of paper to write down a phone number? They said sure, but he didn't write down a phone number. He wrote down a handwritten note which said this exactly. It just said, I know about murders. I don't want to talk on camera. I know a lot. So he gave that handwritten note to an arresting officer. That basically was then, you know, works its way up the train to the FBI and the prosecutors asked him. They said, why didn't you want to be on camera?

So we kind of went back on a little more information about what happened leading up to the murder of Savaya Robinson. He doesn't know the area so we can't speak to where they're out most of the time but he said he he now another reason why you know to give you more context why they couldn't do it at the dispensary okay the one another reason they couldn't do it at the dispensary is that dispensaries in los angeles if they're legal they're required to have security personnel um do dispensaries in Los Angeles have security.

Yes, licensed dispensaries in Los Angeles must have security on site. On site. So usually you'll see an armed person there. And I think they were realizing if we're going in to go shoot a nigger, we want to make sure there's not somebody there that could shoot one of us. So they don't go there. Okay? A weed dispensary called Litko.

and when the right time was. Then they think about going to bait. At one point, Hester testified that Lindsay went into the dispensary to get a look to see where Cuando Rondo was. He even says at one point he doesn't even know what the Beverly Center is until his attorney tells him what it is. So he explains this even in the getaway that he doesn't know the area. So once they get to the gas station, he testifies that they drove next to the escalate. he even says that a tall person got out of the black escalate and saw their car. And then he drives around, they drive around Houston, Asa Houston was driving the infinity. He said he knew the BMW. He didn't know where, but he knew they were in the area.

And the black, the white infinity drove around the gas station. And that is when he described a Lindsay jumping out of the car moving very quickly. So him and Keith Jones were following after. And he said he was expecting, he said he's used to, this is a quote, he's used to walking up, walking on people. And so he was expecting, he testified to get closer to Cuando Rondo before they committed this shooting. But he said he was surprised. He didn't expect Lindsay to start shooting so quickly and so far away. So Lindsay, he said, threw him off. And then they all began shooting at this black escalate. And the prosecutor asked him, were you worried about? shooting at gas pumps, were you worried about an explosion? And he very quickly was like, no, they were not concerned about that. He even kind of imitated what he heard when the shooting was occurring. He was like, dim, dim, dim, like he imitated the gunshots happening. Like, he could hear it in his mind. And he also testified to it just being a very chaotic scene. He said at one

point, he felt like Lindsay may have fallen over. He, Lindsay was shouting. at Jones for shooting too close to his head, which is something that the gun expert had also mentioned, that it looked like someone had gotten shocked by the blast of the gun next to his head. Then he talks about getting back into the infinity, driving around. He's on the phone. He testifies to D.D. D. D. Andre Wilson being on the phone with Banks, who he calls Blood. and he says he heard Blood's voice. Wilson was asking the group questions about who shot who, where they were at, wanting details from what happened.

And he testified that Dirk was also asking these questions to Wilson, who was asking them, relaying the information back. And yeah, so he did testify that he heard Bloods or Dirk's voice on that phone call. He then also, I wanted, I thought it was interesting that they then make a car switch to the black escalate, which we knew there was a switch in cars. We hadn't heard that before. The infinity gets dropped off or abandoned.

He said, in my eyes, this guy was innocent. And he didn't know at that point. He testified that it was Robinson who was hit. But he said even Cuando Rondo, like he had nothing to do with this beef.

He didn't know King Vaughn very well. He didn't know Cuando Rondo. So he didn't feel involved and that came up a lot. He said he had a lot of negative feelings towards that. He also said he felt Dirk was, quote, selfish in asking him to be a part of this. He or having him be a part of this allegedly. And then he also has this quote where he said it's first, his first time being a free father to my son. And he, yeah, he testifies about how he just didn't feel.

Before we broke for lunch, he, or sorry, before we broke for the morning break, he testified, his last testimony was that he was never offered payment before committing the shooting. He also testified to being in a music video called Federal Freestyle, where he was paid $10,000 to be in that music video. His song though.

He never been in a music video, never been on an album before. And the prosecution asked him, do you think you would have been able to be in that video if you didn't weren't a part of this shooting? And he said no, and he even testified he didn't think he would, he would have ever been around. He would have been alive, essentially. But back to the music video, it seemed to be implied that this music video may have been the payment, the way of paying him for the shooting, the alleged murder to hire is coming into play. Next, the prosecution asks some questions about, it kind of goes back about Dirk and how he was feeling about King Vaughn's death. And we've heard a lot

in the courtroom that Hester has testified, Dirk. didn't like being made fun of or ridiculed for letting the shooting of King Vaughn fly to let that just go get them get away with that and so one quote that Hester said Dirk said was the whole world saw them run them being Oblock the the crew they ran when King Vaughn was shot and that was very embarrassing that that wasn't they lost a lot of respect from that and then they go into some beef with rancho Lamron, his beef with the group, OTF. rather say free Tim than RIP, indicating that he's still facing legal consequences for the shooting of Von. As the months went by, pictures of Tim. Tim in jail would circulate online. A January 2021 image showed Lil Tim using a jail phone and smiling with his Diamond Grill shining. Eventually, Lil Tim would be released on bail with Jump Out Gang Black and Lil Pab celebrating the release of their 33rd Street brother on Instagram and Twitter. Then, on March the 27th, 2021, Lil Tim's name would begin trending on Twitter as news of his release on Bail spreads, with Kondo even posting on Instagram, God is Home. The following month on April 12, 2021, Kondo posts on Instagram that he has bought matching iced out Cartier watches for him and Tim. This is perhaps a reference to earlier lyrics and tweets where Cuondo raps that he will give a Rolex to anybody who kills an op, with Lil Tim tweeting back saying that he wants to find out if this is true. But anyway, despite all of the apparent disrespect coming out of 33rd Street,

eventually Cuando Rondo would break his silence about his involvement in the situation that claimed Von's life. In an extended interview with Angeli Yi speaking on the situation, Kondo would break down the events in a much more respectful tone than his earlier song. With Cuando saying that before the fight broke out, he thought King Von's entourage were a group of regular people. saying that he was just trying to let them walk past casually, being surprised when he was suddenly sucker-punched by Vonn. Like, I'm thinking it's some regular individuals. If I would have just tried to walk through them, next thing you know, and hit me. Quando would say that the whole incident felt like an out-of-body experience.

Like, it's like I had an out-of-body experience. The moment Cuando's close friend Lil Tim pulled the trigger, he set into motion a chain of events that would change their lives forever, with King Vonn, being one of Chicago Drills' most feared killers, as well as a popular rapper. This meant that Cuando Rondo, Lil Tim, and everyone around them would have to defend against wave after wave of assassination attempts, all seemingly connected to the slain Chicago rapper.

On April 16th, 2021, Cuando Rondo denied being shot at and told the world that he rides in a bulletproof truck. That same month, Cuando's latest concert is announced on May 1st, 2021 in Waycross, Georgia. After having his previous shows that were scheduled just weeks after Vaughn's death cancelled, Quando was eager to show his fans, Ops and the World at large that he could travel to country and perform without incident. However, unfortunately for Cuondo, that simply wasn't true. On May the 1st, 2021, Cuondo plays the very show that he was booked to perform at in Waycross,

Georgia. And here he's seen playing to an empty venue, complaining to the crowd that his shows are usually bigger than this. With Cuondo addressing the fans and still thanking them for coming out despite the low turnout. When these images and clips surfaced, Chicago affiliates of Von and Dirk like Mimo 600 would mock Kwondo saying that he must have made a loss on that show. But as the night went on, that show's turnout would be the least of Cuando's worries. As him and his entourage would leave the venue after performing, driving to a Circle K gas station just 11 minutes away in the next town of Blackshire. At around 3.20 a.m. after that show,

Cuando and his team would be in the parking lot of a gas station convenience store in Blackshire, Georgia. Soon after arriving, somebody begun to open fire from across the road, with one man allegedly being hit in the hand and ending up in the hospital. Kondo Rondo would flee the scene before authorities arrived. According to one report, over 100 bullets were fired at Cuando's entourage during this incident. However, members of the public would arrive to the crime scene, beginning to film and posting the footage on social media. With the woman filming, telling viewers that she was on the scene of the Qando shooting and saying that people had heard the gunshots from all the way down the street.

And she would even walk right up to bullet markers where the shell casings had apparently been fired from all the way up the street. Oh my God, it is Quando, y'all. It's got to be. They're talking about it was the rapper that performed at the vibe at the club. They're talking about it with Kwondo. They heard it was, somebody had a bounty on them. I'm like, damn, how the fuck you know? Look how the bullets? Yeah, they got them picking up, bullets.

It was unclear who exactly was responsible for the shooting. Kwondo's ops from Savannah, the gang S-8K or the Section 8 kids, would post seemingly referencing the incident. With a caption saying get-back gang, which if you didn't know is actually another name for King Von's Gang, They posted out of Dirk's song though. With audio from Lil Dirk's song, Hellcats and Trackhawks, that earlier song where Dirk says that he's looking to catch somebody lacking at their show. Now it's unclear whether S-A-K members were taking direct responsibility for the incident or simply celebrating a hit sent from Lil Dirk or Von's crew Get Back Gang. However, a black disciple from Georgia seemingly claimed responsibility for this hit on social media, leading people to believe once again that this was a hit affiliated with Lil Dirk.

Lil Pab also tweeted after this incident, brushing off the shooting and telling his ops to enjoy life and not let one person stress them out so much, and going on to post a picture of himself alive and well the following day. Kondo would seemingly address the threats against his life in a later interview, also brushing off the danger and saying that he doesn't care about death threats

because he's always armed. Death threat all you want to, man, bro. That's just some work. words, my... Do be an action. Right. You feel me? I'm going home to my daughter.

Right. And if I didn't, God called me. Right. But I'm going on to my daughter bit, bro. I ain't... I'm not even the type of person to move without if I... Rumors would later circulate that Lil Tim was also injured in this shooting. Now, whether or not that's true, it was clear that Lil Tim suffered a serious injury

being shot numerous times during the altercation with King Von. A couple of months after that shooting at the gas station, in August 2021, Lil Tim would post a sobering picture to Instagram, revealing that due to his gunshot wounds, he's having to use a colostomy bag, but still giving thanks for the fact he's still alive. It's unclear whether or not this injury was from the Waycross shooting, the shootout with King Von, or even a previous shootout in Savannah. But regardless, it was clear that Cuando and Lil Tim were continuing to pay the price

for this beef with King Von. But that didn't stop Cuando from continuing to push his career forward. On May the 7th, 2021, Quando releases his sixth mixtape still taking risks, his first full-length release since the killing of King Vaughan. And this project would be laced with references to the incident, as well as the consequences. Quando would rap about having a million dollar bounty on his head and the opening track Blue Man. He would also mock King Von on tracks like Red Eye, saying that he's smoking a dead guy

and catching homicides with Timmy. There's also a line on that track where he says that he's signed to NBA and rapping, if he loves that girl, make sure he never sees her again. seemingly a reference to King Von essentially dying as a result of his girlfriend Asian doll, creating a love triangle between Von and Youngboy, with Kondo going on to disrespect King Von's crew getback gang saying, there ain't no getbacks. Kondo also says that he has shooters doing murders for only $1,500,

and that he wants to kill all of his oaks one by one until he gets to the top dog. Perhaps another reference to a desire to take out Lil Durk, as he depicted in his music video for the song Soul Reaper. And Kondo even ends this song by mocking Lil Durk for linking up with Young Boy's enemies like Fredo Bang, as well as saying that Lil Tim got out of jail and got straight back to shooting. Even mocking Von saying that Timmy busted Von's head because he got caught without his gun. There's also the song Drop Some, where Kondo reiterates that he didn't even realize that it was a beef with Von the night he got shot, and saying that he has bullets for a wrestler, another reference to Von trying to fight the night he got killed.

Kondo also rapped saying that his young and is quick to make a rapper bleed. Elsewhere on the track Devil on My Shoulder, he shouts out Timmy saying he will shoot for him. but perhaps most notably was the track Purple Baby, the song where Kondo extensively disses his dead
