Starting point is 00:00:00 I had it today. Fuck. Maybe if I mention it, y'all could help me find it. What up, what up, what up, what up?
Starting point is 00:00:33 What up? It is day eight. I am here. I'm looking for something. That's why I'm, if I look a little distracted. What's the song? I'm like missing the song.
Starting point is 00:00:57 All right. Well, we do have a bunch of stuff for me to get into. I'll tell you the song in a second. Hopefully you guys could get me. You can help me. So, no, no.
Starting point is 00:01:06 So I found a song and I, realize maybe this is the biggest coincidence ever, but I fuck I fucking forgot the song. So maybe I know the song. There's a song that it appears that now we know the details that Dirk actually, I guess he was said in a subliminal to Kwanto Rondo. He rapped about the Blackshire Georgia shooting, but I don't think nobody but Kondo would have known. I don't think fans would have known because his raps actually match what. what Vonnie said and only now fans like me would know it so if y'all know the lyrics because
Starting point is 00:01:45 somebody actually sent me the lyrics in my DM today when i was listening to the shit and now i can't find a DM i told you i read every damn i thought i opened the dude's the DM the dude actually found like a little gem anyway it was like um it was basically something to the effect of let's go here i got to find it somewhere no maybe not It was a Dirk song. I think I looked up the date. It came out after the shooting. But Dirk literally raps and you realize him rapping matches exactly what,
Starting point is 00:02:28 what Vani said about that shooting. Remember what Vani said about the shooting? All right, let's go to the transcript from yesterday. Theacademy.com. You can get transcripts every single day. by the way, we also have jury instructions. That's up on the site. So Dirk's team and the feds have submitted joint jury instructions.
Starting point is 00:02:46 This is going to be instructions. You can tell we're wrapping up. They have joint jury instructions on what they're going to tell the jury to subsequently to preempt them walking into that room and deliberating. They agreed on some stuff, not all stuff. The court is going to break the tie or decide on the ones they couldn't jointly agree on. And the ones they did jointly agree on, I think the judges kind of looks it over and probably will agree on it, right?
Starting point is 00:03:12 Anyway, we do have the transcripts from yesterday. That's day seven. OTIF Vonny and Flaka. Flacco was ending yesterday, but Vani got on the stand as well. And again, you guys could go to the academy. Dot blog if you want to read the entire thing. As long as you remember the Patreon, you get all documents free, okay? Anyway, somebody tell me the lyric.
Starting point is 00:03:35 I need to find the lyric, bro. So, Vonny gets on the stand, and he describes how they spin down there in Georgia. He said a couple, he says one of the shooters hopped out the roof, like the sun roof and started spraying. And then two niggas went on feet. And Dirk has a lyric that literally says, yo, the shooter might be through the, the shooter might either be out the roof or we might just pop you out the roof or we might get on feet.
Starting point is 00:04:08 Literally matches it to a tier. it's not out the roof I look to that song no somebody said oh you're doing police work that's not police work my nigga this is just coincidences bro none of this stuff is being introduced in court it's risky I don't think it's risky
Starting point is 00:04:25 risky I don't think it's risky you think it's sharing locations let's see let's see let's see where's dirt uh this is dirk right here uh nah this ain't it
Starting point is 00:04:53 somebody says huh first verse Awesome. Maybe we got some real smirk fans. I think it is, huh? If you are right, you are real smirk fans. Smirk fan. Let me see. Okay. Play with deep thing named. These niggas get loose.
Starting point is 00:05:24 I got proof. You can't shake your ass outside. How you shake your ass in the booth. They outside like a gorilla in the motherfucking coop. You can't see. That ain't a gorilla. That's four killers out the roof. No, that's not it. He also says something about the killers on foot.
Starting point is 00:05:39 And again, we're going to read, it's not still running. It's not still running. It's not still running. Damn, I told you all right. No. Risky. Damn. I'm going to find it, clearly.
Starting point is 00:06:02 No, it's not risky. It's not no interviews. Y'all isn't saying anything. Nah. He mentions roof. He mentions roof. It's not the rest of everyone. You guys are saying anything.
Starting point is 00:06:24 It's not Red Man. Dirk 911. Unreleaf. Let me see. That's a gorilla, what? There's something about it on foot though. Nah, y'all gonna find it. Y'all gonna find it.
Starting point is 00:07:06 Y'all will find it. Basically, it's back-to-back lines. He says, listen, niggas either gonna hit you out the roof or he's like, we're gonna get you on foot. And it's ironic because when we go to the, when we go to the transcript from yesterday, This is Vonnie describing the hit.
Starting point is 00:07:24 This is Vani, and he mentions the roof part. By the way, these transcripts, the greatest part about it, this is why you guys got to go see it. You can search. So this is him talking about the hit yesterday. So who was with you in the car? It was me move up and two other guys. Okay?
Starting point is 00:07:41 Chat, it's not my history. Somebody DMed it to me. It's like, it's one of y'all. But I thought I opened this shit. And clearly I didn't. because I get a million DMs. So that's how I was trying to find it real quick, but I don't think I'm going to find it.
Starting point is 00:07:59 Fuck it. Yeah. Yeah, if it was one of you on that DME, DME again, I'm pretty sure we'll find it. We'll find it somewhere. Let me not slow up the stream with it, though. So anyway, there's a, so Vani testifies to how they did the Blackshare, the Blackshare shooting in Georgia.
Starting point is 00:08:24 and he says okay so first of all we could probably i want to give you some more context and again for everybody saying this police shit this is not police shit my nigga okay vani is up there telling he is telling a story of what he says happened what we're doing is we're explaining the story and we're seeing if the story makes any sense anyway he says that there was a guy down there that got them sliders got them stolen cars and um there was a car or two cars or whatever they got that uh i think was a track hawk that was transported by a like some type of truck so it was in a trailer so basically you know it could stay hidden until it was time to use it uh they then say the black track hawk this is when they're waiting for quando and by the way i'm not going to lie this testimony kind of sounds a lot
Starting point is 00:09:13 like stalking right they go down to where he's having a show they wait they lay around and wait and yeah they're asking vawny who was in a car with you at the time he says he's It was me move-op and two other guys. It says, have you had other people been dropped off before? This says, yes. So before I came here, I actually rode past, and we saw them at the gas station, and we spun the block. And two people, two people got out and the other person stayed in the car. That's what I was saying, Chad.
Starting point is 00:09:38 Two people stayed in the car. No, two people got on foot. So somebody said, it's, all right, y'all are trolling me now. Y'all was just saying anything, huh? I guarantee it's not this song. Somebody says it's called I'm okay. No, this is it. Thank you.
Starting point is 00:10:13 It's lying. Yeah, I think this is it. I think this is it. Yeah, which makes all the sense in the world. Now, I don't know when this was recorded, y'all. I don't know when this was recorded. But literally, the shooting at Cuando happened in May, May June, a month before this. The timing is a little bit eerie.
Starting point is 00:10:37 So in May, by the way, thank you to her. whoever who said that. You're the best. Okay? Somebody give that person a gifted. Appreciate you. So remember, May 2021, this is Vonny describing it. He said, so they dropped other people off.
Starting point is 00:10:52 They said, a Seekwondo to a gas station and we spun the block. Like two people, two of the people got out. Now, I don't know why Vonny's being vague here because he says it was him Moo-WOP and two people. By the way, the other two people, he says he doesn't remember them. He says, so who was in the car? It was you and was there another person. It said it was me and one other person at the time.
Starting point is 00:11:12 Okay. By the way, there is like some video, I think it's from like a surveillance, like from either the gas station or something. They said, are those muzzle flashes coming from the vehicle? Bonnie says, yes, out the sunroof. Keep in mind also, let me give you a little bit background that we don't have to go too back in the transcript. Apparently they had gotten the low on, on Kondo,
Starting point is 00:11:37 when they were all at like, spot, they were all that THF Zoo spot in Atlanta. And they said when somebody told him, yo, we got the low on Kondo. It said it felt like it was a bomb that dropped in the airport. Okay. We could actually bomb. Look. So they said, they brought up that Kondo was having a show in Atlanta.
Starting point is 00:11:57 When they brought it up, everybody's at tennis when I was like, what? And it was like saying bomb in an airport. They said, he's having a show? Oh, cool. So why was it a bomb like in the airport? Just because of the relationship. You know we don't like them, obviously, because of Vaughn's death. So you're saying Cuando's name was liked and prompted that response.
Starting point is 00:12:15 Yes. Okay, did you talk to Banks? Now, this is where he's trying to connect Dirk to the whole thing. Yeah, he came to me. We were all standing in the kitchen county. It came to me and told me he wanted to put it together pretty much. So these are the things, if you believe Vani, Dirk is guilty. He's going to be go down.
Starting point is 00:12:30 If you think Vani's a liar and he's just making shit up, Dirk's going to come home. So he said that Dirk pulls him to the side. Now, this is different between. between him, Flaka and Jam. Flock and Jam didn't really speak to Dirt directly. Dirk wouldn't even answer a call from Jam. He would send Boone Moe to go talk to Jam, just like how he sent Boone Moe Mo to go talk to Flaka
Starting point is 00:12:53 when Flaka wanted money. Boone Moe Moe was a big middleman here. A big middleman, okay? By the way, we're going to have another conversation. Save all these things I'm telling you. There is something fishy and something in the air. There's too many names that seems very interesting. kit and integral to this plot that are not charged.
Starting point is 00:13:13 Dutilo, Boone Moe, by the way, both were listed, allegedly as co-conspirators, supposedly duty low is four, Booney Moos is five, and I hate to say, but even Moo-Wop. Again, granted, it's only the word of Vani. It's only the word of Vonny, but I'm pretty sure they could put that together in terms of some type of investigation, right? Oh, okay. Y'all got his phones already. I know he's locked up for murder.
Starting point is 00:13:37 but I'm just I'm only mentioning this because the feds are bringing up a lot of people that aren't charged but you have to remember this particular case is surrounding the death of little pop they're going to explore the gang elements of the conspiracy right so remember the only conspiracy stuff in this case is the conspiracy for murder okay not just general racketeering there is racketeering general racketeering stuff in the next case and this is why I'm I was saying about like duty low. Like, well, first of all, I'm going to match duty low in a second to someone else in another case. And that person got charged and got sent to jail for life. Duty low damn near played the same role, not charged. Don't know how to explain it. Maybe some lawyer could help us explain it.
Starting point is 00:14:31 But I'm going to go into that in a bit. But if you don't know what I'm talking about, remember, damn near murder for high. or at least, well, it was a RICO, but it was a murder for hire. They didn't get Vaughn. Vaughn died. That's how they got the killers of FBG Duck. Now, they got the killers of FBG Duck, and they got the person who gave the drop. The person who gave the drop was a guy in the Dolce & Gabana store. Okay, they called and said, yo, that nigga Duck out here right now, like right now.
Starting point is 00:14:56 And he calls supposedly D-Thing. He calls somebody else. They organized the troops. They shot downtown and they murder FBG Duck. Well, the guy who gave the drop got charged, and he got charged. got life. I think his name is THF. TZ. So THF. Teasy got charged for it for giving the location. That's it. He didn't do no shooting. Just given the location. He got charged for it. And he went to jail for life. So that's why I think, I'm trying to match it up with this, like, case. And I'm like,
Starting point is 00:15:25 hmm, duty low is fucking free doing a music video in front of the court. That guy went to jail for life. How does, like, what's the middle ground? But there is another case that Dirk supposedly has to go through. We'll get to that in a bit. We'll get, We'll get to that in a bit. Okay? Yeah, you ain't see the new Do the Loal music video? It's just crazy. We'll get to in a second.
Starting point is 00:15:50 Okay. So yeah. So a month after the shooting at Kwanda at the gas station, Dirk wraps this. You got your gun, you'll be posting on a gram. I can see in your eyes getting that gym and you'll tell in these streets, you got to watch these niggies. That shit real.
Starting point is 00:16:06 I shot dice for a millionaire, so I'm really gambles hell. These niggies losing. Okay. We pop out on our. feet who out the roof that shit the truth I ain't gonna speak on other cities but Sha rack dash it is a zoo mmm pop a pill then ride around with your killers that's the move 2015 killers talk about who they killed that should be new put on your mask that's a fact this is striker shit for sure put some tags on it if your
Starting point is 00:16:39 ass got a bag put your guys on okay all right roll your blunt up ain't no gas inside that steamer. I'm going to get him stunting us. Okay. All right. Okay. I don't know. This verse is a little bit interesting, but let's go back to the story, right? Let's go back to the story. So this is how Vani's saying they did a drill or the attempted drill. Okay. So they said two people hop out on foot. And then there's Vani, who's a driver and one other person in the car. They say the guy hops out sunroof and he's letting it off. They said, did somebody shoot out of your vehicle? Yes.
Starting point is 00:17:26 Did the two people who are on foot? Are these muzzle flashes showing them associated with your plan shooting at the gas station? Yes. Did they get back in your vehicle? Yes. And after, what did you do? He said, I fled, as you could see in the video. He said, what specifically did you do?
Starting point is 00:17:44 He said, I picked up the two shooters. They got in, we reversed. Somebody started shooting at us with, I think it was a Draco. So Cuando's team, they were strapped too. This is why, you know, the best time they could have possibly killed Cuando, Quando was probably lacking in L.A., respectfully, was in L.A. Anywhere else in Georgia, Cuando is with his niggas, and his niggas had guns. So yeah, you might shoot at them, but you're going to catch a couple back.
Starting point is 00:18:09 Ain't no walking down, you know what I mean? Maybe they could have got like a lucky drive-by, like you drive past the car and hit it with the switch and Swiss cheese everybody in there. Maybe they could have done that, but they couldn't do. You're not catching them lacking like that, not in Georgia. So they dump a bunch of the gas station. There's two shooters on foot. One nigga through the sunroof.
Starting point is 00:18:33 And Cuando's niggas send some shots back. You feel what I'm saying? So he picked up the shooter. We got in reverse. Somebody started shooting at us with a Draco. He was shooting back at us. I spun around and the person behind me dropped the window and let the switch off. So the niggins, so look like the niggil on foot had a switch.
Starting point is 00:18:49 So when the Draco start, you know what I mean, and I don't know if you've heard a Draco fire compared to, let's just say, a 9mm Glock. But the Glock with a switch going to sound crazy too. But anyway, he says he puts the window down. They're sending Draco shots. He lets off the switch. And he says, I went straight like literally a block away. The trailer was one block away. And they put the Jeep inside the trailer and they dip out.
Starting point is 00:19:18 Okay? They just kind of dip out. And there's a video of them doing this. There's a video of them doing this. Wow. Chad, this is bananas. This is like really some type of movie. Killers hopping out the sunroof.
Starting point is 00:19:39 Niggas on foot. Bonnie's driving. But that's the thing that confuses me about Bonnie. Bonnie wants to tell us that he's more of like a money man. He's like a manager. He's a little bit smarter than the average, you know, savage. but he's driving He's he's getting these cars
Starting point is 00:19:57 He's one who would procure most of these cars He explicitly talked about how he got guns How he got other things for the gang To make sure that they could do their drills It's kind of a little bit odd man Like you know I still like I Dirk fans I fuck with you out
Starting point is 00:20:14 I love y'all I love Dirk but like I'm not seen much that says he lie He's lying about the story And he's framing Dirk I'm not seeing much that makes me on that side. But I can't believe that he's innocent either.
Starting point is 00:20:27 Like he's coming in playing this like innocent role. Like he even said he was about to cry and shit like that, which I don't think he did. But you could tell this guy, he's the guy who he's probably too pussy to pull the trigger, but he going to do everything else. He going to do everything else. He going to get the stolen car. He going to clean the guns. He going to do whatever.
Starting point is 00:20:49 He's going to do everything. And then it's one of those things. He's going to do everything. just not, let me not say man enough because that's not no man enough shit in terms of pulling the trigger. He's the guy who he's as slimy as the other niggas. It's just that he just won't be in the car firing the gun. But we know he'll be in the car driving while they're firing the gun. So how innocent is he? And I think that's where Dirt's team got to try to dig in. You got to be like, yo, this guy? This guy is just as bad as jam. Because that's his saving grace, you know, right?
Starting point is 00:21:19 he supposedly was condescending while he's on the stand he's acting like he could go toe to toe with these billion dollar lawyers in the sense of saying that listen i'm smart just like y'all i'm highly intellectual i'm not one of these you know stupid gang members i'm a smart guy i think his strategy is that if he showcases intelligence he speaks well he showcases that maybe he has a brain on top of that those shoulders maybe the jury will not only believe he will not only believe he's leave him more, but he'll do such a great job that the prosecutor and even the judge will say, you know what, those guys are the bad guys, those are the murderers. But Vonny's different, you know? Sometimes all it takes is for you to have a good, good grasp and a good control of the English language. You know, not use a bunch of four-letter words or, you know, ebonics and people think that, oh, that person, I mean, shit, it's the same thing with, chat, let's be honest. We get fooled like that with women too.
Starting point is 00:22:18 You meet a chick, she talks proper, you meet her, she dresses a certain way. We start making assumptions what type of woman that is. Okay, all right. Okay, she's not wearing body by raven every day, okay. She brought the sun dresses back. She's covering her knees. You know, so we make these assumptions. I think what Vani is trying to present on a stand is that, yes, I'm linked in with these guys.
Starting point is 00:22:45 I'm not all the way perfect. I'm a scammer. I steal shit, but I'm not a murderer. He tries to make that distinction. Yeah, I steal shit. But I'm not a murderer. He keeps saying that, but I'm not a murderer. And for him, I think not only is he trying to get people to buy into the believability of his story.
Starting point is 00:23:06 I think he's trying to get his story to, or people to just look at him and be like, okay, this guy's different. He just got caught up with the wrong crowd. do you get what I'm saying we don't see a bunch of tattoos on his face he doesn't kind of like even when you see him in icebox he kind of looks like his demeanor is just not that okay so here's the more question
Starting point is 00:23:32 you mentioned people firing back did you see muzzle flashing up here at the top you said I didn't just see it in the video said no I didn't see it right then and there okay the guy who I saw shooting at us that I could recall he was on the other side of that pump where the black vehicle is they said black vehicle located on my bed
Starting point is 00:23:50 sorry jade if ever i had the thing cut off to the spam in the chat or something so black vehicle located at the side of the screen he said yeah that's they're on the far side that's what i remember the guy shooting back at us from so okay we could take it down so what happened after the shooting it was just a happen that i chose to unload it was a block away so literally it was a i did a giant rectangle came back around big country in the driver big country's guy who got in the hot car
Starting point is 00:24:16 and the driver heard it, which, by the way, how is he not a possible, you know, not necessarily cooperating, but defendant in this situation, right? All these people are helping out a criminal conspiracy. The trailer door was already down. I arrived, I let the guys out, they got inside the black truck, I drove the Jeep inside the trailer, I jumped out, I shut the trailer, I didn't even tie the car down. I didn't even lock the car down, nothing. We got in, I got in the black truck. We took off, we went back to Atlanta. So that was the drill.
Starting point is 00:24:52 That was the drill. Okay, we'll get into this later. Have you pled guilty in a minute to your role for that particular shooting? Yes. So after the shooting, did you hear what others said about the shooting? Yes. Is this consistent with the news reports? It states that Guantanarro was shot at.
Starting point is 00:25:10 Yes. It was related to the black shirt shooting, right? Yes. Okay. How many people did you know in May 2021 that could get a hundred or more likes, comments, and friend requests. Okay, that's a wild question. Okay.
Starting point is 00:25:27 Anyway. So we get to figure out that. By the way, he also testifies, right? So did you ever hear Dirk talking about slide for Vaughn or public commentary about not sliding? The judge says, and he being whom?
Starting point is 00:25:43 Mr. Banks, says, yes. He said, do you know if it bothered Mr. Banks? Yes. Are you aware of a rapper name 6-9? Yes. Was there a time that 6-9 was on a podcast where you referenced slide for Vaughn? Yes. Do you recall that podcast or clips of that podcast went viral?
Starting point is 00:26:02 Yes. Did that have an impact on the slide-for-von movement? Yes. How? It drew more attention. It's like adding lighter fluid to a fire. It was already a problem. And now this person's talking about it.
Starting point is 00:26:15 So you're saying it's fair to say that 6-9 increased the pressure. Yes. Are you familiar with Banks' music? Yes. Did he, did you become familiar with his music, include lyrics during the time he worked for him? Yes. And before, yes. Were you ever present when he was in the studio?
Starting point is 00:26:28 Yes. Writing? Yes. Did Mr. Banks discuss his beef with Kwanorando and any of his songs? Well, there was subliminals. Subliminals? Describe what that means. Well, it might not be a direct message where, you know, I might not say her name, but you know the message is intended for you.
Starting point is 00:26:46 So the message was intended for Kondo and his crew, right? Objection leading. Now they mentioned Still Running. Was Defendant Banks featured in a song called Still Running? I'm pretty sure. Are you aware of the song? Yes, I've heard it. I think I've heard it.
Starting point is 00:27:04 Okay, we're playing an excerpt, okay? Then we're going to go over some of the lyrics. All right, audio was played. So we just heard the entire excerpt. Do you recognize anyone's voice? Smirk. Walk you through some of these lyrics, okay? Must be out of your mind if you think we ain't spinning for bro.
Starting point is 00:27:17 We spinning for show. What does that mean? Spinning me, we're shooting at you. We're trying to kill you. What about spinning for bro? We spend it for show. Spinning for bro would be, it could be for the fallen brothers,
Starting point is 00:27:29 but in this song, it sounds like it's specifically for Vaughn. Keep playing. So you said, spinning and spinning one more times. What does that mean? Spinning would be shooting at you trying to kill you. We're spinning at shows.
Starting point is 00:27:39 What does that mean? We shooting at your shows. We're trying to kill you at your shows. So they're actually matching. And by the way, ain't that chat? As I, um,
Starting point is 00:27:50 listen to those lyrics. Right? Yeah, this is the album, right? Is this an album that still running zone? Or is that on Meek Millshed? I think that's on Meek Mill shit, huh? No, it's on this one. Ah, yeah, chat. It's, Dirk probably recorded a lot of that album after, like, in a month.
Starting point is 00:28:13 Remember, beginning in the May, niggas got slid on. And Dirk in this song, talking about, must be out of your mind if you think we ain't spending for bro, we spend it for show. Had to switch on me, not a 38, dummy. we'd be spinning for ghosts they pull up for shows we've spent in the careers in trash for show
Starting point is 00:28:27 we're spinning the shows and we took else for show but in Chicago they know we win it for show you do it for what you better not say you do it for duck them niggas be tucked that nigga was fucked the moment he ran he didn't know he ain't duck his ass out of luck we do it for Vaughn we don't wait till it died down we load up and we do it tomorrow
Starting point is 00:28:43 we do it on feet see we do it on feet ask all the ops about us who say we shoot out the cars your dirk was rapping about that shit allegedly allegedly allegedly. That rose better be bulletproof, little nigger. You know we're going to shoot at them stars.
Starting point is 00:29:01 Oh man, this nigger Dirk was going crazy. I haven't going to lie. Anyway, all right, just a little bit up. Just getting you recapped on that story from yesterday. That's how that shooting went down. Vani always had a plug. And this idea that he's down with the cartel, he's not with the cartel.
Starting point is 00:29:24 Vani knows niggas who steal cars. that those cars might be used for drugs smuggling or for murders. Cartel niggis use the same car theft ring. So he's not like when people here he's connected to the cartel, you think some other shit. When you connect him to the theft rings that he's getting these cars from, the cartel also gets cars from those rings too. That's the thing, okay? All right, let's get in court real quick.
Starting point is 00:29:58 Let's get in court. Let's get in court, chat. Let's get in court. You got a rockin' mortitos? Stop playing me, man. Stop playing me. Okay. I see a couple of tweets from Traplora Ross.
Starting point is 00:30:08 We are in the building. Said Vonny just spun the lawyers again. People were expecting Drew to clap back on Reed Cross. He didn't. And Vonny left. Ooh. They said there's insane body cam footage of the FBI SWAT team arresting Dirk's employee, Jason.
Starting point is 00:30:24 Remember, this is OTF Jason. This is co-consum. co-conspirator 3. Now here's the thing, too. Here's the thing, chat. If co-conspirator 3 gets arrested by the SWAT team, how does co-conspirator 4 allegedly duty low not get arrested? And how does Booneymo?
Starting point is 00:30:45 Well, Booney Mootie did get arrested for some other stuff. He's in custody currently. But how does Zhu not get arrested who supposedly was, Zoo is 6, co-conspirator 6? If they're arresting this guy, which they don't even really, accuse him of a crime other than booking flights. But apparently, they go to arrest him and they said he got his, he went and got his baby and came out holding his baby while they're pointing mad guns at him.
Starting point is 00:31:12 He used his baby damn near like a human shield. They said it's a super weird thing to do when there's guns pointing at you. So the judge gave an update. He's hoping the trial could end next week, potentially early. So I said, nothing stuck to Vonny today. Only really, only L he took was admitting to line. to his mom on a jail call saying he already had his sentence reduced. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:31:34 Okay. Okay. Okay. All right. By the way, we have Young Thug who did respond to our report about who have been contributing. We'll get to that in a bit. So if I'm going off with Chaplainor Ross is saying, look like he's saying that Vani survived. So in recross, Vani has survived.
Starting point is 00:32:02 Let me just get the early updates from these guys. I think Donat's been on the job. Pretty good, can't have allowed y'all chat? Donat, here we go. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, he already got like three videos in. Let's see. What's up?
Starting point is 00:32:27 This you boy, the night. Day 10 at the Little Dirk trial. It's a lot of misinformation being spewed online, so let me correct the record when it comes to Vani. Vani has no credibility. He's on jail calls talking about performing, crying and lying to the judge. That's number one.
Starting point is 00:32:42 Number two, he... Now, this is editorializing, too, just like when Traplor editorializes, and he says, Dirk is cooked! Testify under the penalty of perjury that him and King Von are first cousins. Number three, he testified under the penalty of perjury
Starting point is 00:32:59 that Dirk had nothing to do with the Blackshare shooting at Cuando Rundo, Dirk's private security guard, and drive a big cussie. country didn't even know what was happening. Vonney testified that they just tagged alone. Vani also testified that on August 18, 2022, nobody knew what was happening in Los Angeles. He made them boys think that they was coming out to party and hit them with that grand
Starting point is 00:33:27 scheme of plan. The only people who testified that they was coming out to California to do something was flak of. And he's a vice lord. Only the vice lords knew. The OTF boys did not know. And also, it's kind of hard to believe
Starting point is 00:33:43 Didi and Flaka were on the same flight. Didi Flaka and Lindsay were all on the same flight. Jam was on an earlier flight. Jam supposedly didn't know. Even though supposedly when he got the three-way call, it was assumed it was what it was. Bunny did a five, six-hour interview at the Wardrobe Astoria Hotel in Chicago with the fans.
Starting point is 00:34:15 First they started in the conference room and then they took him down to the station. Vonnie told the FBI as they got off of him, Dirk's wallet. He told them that he knew Dirk Social Security number, all the PIN codes, his personal bank account. Yeah, that was also really ridiculous. We could go find that on the transcript. Vani said he knew everything about Dirk. Everything about Dirk. saying you the pin numbers
Starting point is 00:34:46 Social Security numbers Look here we go Here we go You can see Okay good So Mr. Finland That's Dirk's lawyer Was actually cross-examining him
Starting point is 00:35:08 And saying You were talking about your involvement Or your employment with Mr. Banks Agent Burke You talk to Agent Burke at some point after the death of Vaughn Right so let me go back a second You said during direct after King Vaughn was murdered You kind of isolated
Starting point is 00:35:22 yourself for a while, didn't you? You were more than his death. He said, yes, as any human would. Question becomes, and in January of 2021, that's when you kind of, or February of 2021, that's when you started more formally having an employment relationship with Dirk Banks, right? So basically, two months after King Vonn dies, Dirk pretty much hires him. He says, yes. Okay, and so early you made a comment. You indicated in the statement to the FBI agent when he said it, look like you had organized this and you were involved in you were the leadership. Your response was, well, whose name do you see on the credit card? Oh, wow.
Starting point is 00:36:02 He says, Dirk. No, he says, Vani says to the agent whose name you see on the credit card. Hmm. Finland could work with this chat. Listen, I got a company. I just got some new company cards. I was thinking about this case. So I got a couple company cards and I put in the thing for my employees.
Starting point is 00:36:25 And right before, like I gave it, I didn't even give it to them yet. I sent them a picture. But I thought about it and I said, if one of these motherfuckers go do a fucking murder or go do some fucking bullshit and they swipe this card. Now, I watch my money like a hawk. Like me? If I'm pocket watching other niggins, imagine I'm pocket watching myself. You feel me? But let's say I was somehow sleep at the wheel.
Starting point is 00:36:50 Every transaction on the card, even if it's their employee card, is charged to the bill. it's charged to the business of Dij academics. So now, police pop up on me and be like, oh shit, your company's been paying for X, Y, Z. I'm like, what the fuck? So maybe that's Vani thinking on the fly and blame it on Dirk. Whose name you see on the credit card? Well, this is how it works on a, like a business credit card
Starting point is 00:37:19 when you have employees. Like my employees, it says DJ academics at the top, and then it says my employee name blow it's their card to use but it all gets charged to me you get what I'm saying so I'm wondering if Vani thought he was spinning them because when you're saying whose name is on a card nigger your name is on the car too is just that Dirk's business is on the card unless he actually had Dirk's credit card which would say Dirk banks but if you're going to have a business credit card the point of having a business credit card is to give each employee their own card you get what I'm saying in their name whatever anyway so I want to take you to a comment
Starting point is 00:38:01 you made to him about not only your access but the availability and control you had over identity and methods of payments and finances of dirt said so we'll be and they put up an exhibit say um but essentially you said you had his wallet in your pocket okay by the way drew feeling was fumbling they couldn't get to the right pages and it says I you said in the interview, I had his wallet in my back pocket. I know your bank accounts. And of course, it says, excuse me, counts. I'm not seeing this.
Starting point is 00:38:32 So it looked like they got the pages fucked up again. All right. They fixed itself. I'm going to skip to what Azenberg says. So credit, debit, I know everything. I know the pins. I know the social. Now, this is where, again, I'm not in court,
Starting point is 00:38:45 but maybe Drew Finland scored a W here, chat. This is Drew Phelan. Maybe he scored a W. It appears, so let me, let me paint the picture for y'all real quick. The feds come in. They spook him. Get access to, this is a Wardoff. Very high prestigious hotel, 1,500 a night.
Starting point is 00:39:04 He's up there with a bitch. By the way, him and Dirk came in fucking around for like the last year, yet he got a Mayback. He still got mad diamond studs in his ear. He got other luxury cars, even though he steals them. But he's staying at a hotel with a bitch for 1,500 a night. Where is he getting the money? But remember, he's a scammer, whatever.
Starting point is 00:39:25 So they get him, they walk up in there, hey, and they must have known he was halfway a goof. Why? They don't be like, hey, we got a warrant for your arrest, hands behind your back, give us your phone. What they do is they basically scare him. And then they see that he's down to talk and they bring him downstairs to the conference room.
Starting point is 00:39:51 They don't bring him to the precinct. They bring him to the conference. That's how they know they knew he was pussy. They brought him to the conference room of a five-star hotel to have a chat with him. They chat for hours. And when they chat for hours, supposedly, this was what feeling was trying to say, according to that transcript of what was recorded, they said first they accused him of mastermind.
Starting point is 00:40:16 And saying, hey, you're never going to get out of jail unless maybe somebody else was a mastermind. And through that identification by the feds, Vonny says, oh, I got to pin this shit on Dirk. I got to pin this shit on Dirk. Now, this is why he's talking like this. He's like, oh, no, listen, if you've seen something with my name, I got everything for Dirk. I'm booking it, but I'm booking it just because I'm an employee. That's it. It ain't me doing it.
Starting point is 00:40:42 I'm just booking it for him. Then, and this is where I think Finland is going to get, you know, it's going to look a little bit better for him. because he even goes to say, remember, he's still at the hotel. They haven't brought him down to the station yet. He says, yo, y'all let me go. I could wear a wire. I live with Dirk damn near. I could just wear a wire.
Starting point is 00:41:02 Y'all could catch him. So that's the thing that maybe, if I'm the defense attorneys, I want to hammer that home. In the first meeting, he's offering to wear a wire. He's then saying, I know it's social, I know everything. I control everything. I'm not the bad guy. He's the mastermind.
Starting point is 00:41:22 I'm just the key to the lock. So if you want Dirk, I'll give you Dirk. So he's bragging to them about all the things he knows and the access. So credit, debit, whatever. I know everything. I know it's social by heart. I know everything. I know where his kids' mother stay.
Starting point is 00:41:41 I know where his grandmother stay. So we know now you're, okay. What is this? Oh, no, no. Actually, this is being read. This is being read by Finland. So this is what he was saying to the guy. This is what he was saying to the agent.
Starting point is 00:41:57 Remember, to me, it is unusual. Remember when they locked Divia up at the hotel? Five-star hotel, too. They brought his ass right down to the precinct. They ain't bring that nigga to lobby and try to chop it up with him. No, nigger. Niggas, it's time to go to jail. It's over.
Starting point is 00:42:09 Fuck out of here, nigga. You ain't even going to get the Dillon Roof special. We ain't stopping at Wendy's or nothing. Straight to the jail. They locked this nigga up or they raid the room and took him to the conference room, not a precinct, and chatted with him for hours.
Starting point is 00:42:28 And allegedly gives him an out to say, this is all going to fall on you, and you're going to be going to jail for your life unless maybe there was somebody else who put you up to it. And Vonny, not being an idiot, said, oh, yeah, there is somebody that put me up to you. You don't know who it is? Oh, his name is Smirkio.
Starting point is 00:42:48 I know everything about him. So what you might see that you are connecting to me. If I did something I did on behalf of him, I'm like his right hand. I know it's social. I know what his kids' mom stay. I know where their grandmama stay. So the question becomes, so you who we know is entrenched in fraudulent activity and we know looking through your phone that was taken on October 24th, you traffic people's social security numbers. Remember, Vani is a scammer. Vani is a scammer.
Starting point is 00:43:24 Vani, when they were trying to get, when they were working with the hot car out of L.A., they said Vani had an app that he could print fake license plates all. He's a professional scammer. He's like Deja Love. Let's be honest. So Drew Finland is saying,
Starting point is 00:43:48 all right, cool. You say you're not no killer. But if you have all this info from this millionaire, how we don't know that you're using his info to do what you want, get what you want, and maybe frame him for a fucking crime. Okay, I like that. I like, Drew Finland has a, he has a slick style.
Starting point is 00:44:13 I hope y'all notice. When I listen to him or you listen to me, read what he's saying in court, he's a little bit more slick. He'll get you caught up without, you know, you thinking that he kind of joking around or being smooth, caught you in a lie. Brian Steele, going to keep feet to the fire. Feet to the fire all day.
Starting point is 00:44:29 Pitbull. Okay. So you had access to the Social Security number of a wealthy man, an international entertainer. You had access to everything in this goddamn life. You even later on says, hold on, let me take it to the page number. You recite the last four digits of his social...
Starting point is 00:44:45 Yo, Vani, in his first confrontation with the feds, he is trying to save his ass so much. He said, yo, I'll tell you anything about dirt. I wear a wire on him. Matter of fact, I know it's social.
Starting point is 00:44:56 The last fourth is social is X, X, X, X, X, X, X, X, X. Yo, he's giving it up. How you giving up your man's social security number to the fans and they ain't bring it to the precinct yet? They ain't even have the decency to take you on a date. No, McDonald's, none of that. The boy saying he knows credit card numbers by heart.
Starting point is 00:45:18 He knows social security number. by heart. He know where Dirk kids grandmama live. He know where Dirk Mama live. He know where Dirk Baby He knows every goddamn thing. How are you telling the feds that on your first meeting?
Starting point is 00:45:36 Potentially that could be, oh shit, I just got caught. Let me offer up a bigger fish. Fuck it. Let me offer up a bigger fish. And if you think and have that mindset, you start
Starting point is 00:45:50 to think how long was Vonny, because you know he think he's smarter than the average How long did he have this in mind? You know how T.T. Little Ted went. He got caught. He said, I'll tell you about a murder. Who knows if Vonny didn't have it in the back of his mind the whole time. If they come snatch
Starting point is 00:46:09 me, I don't care what they got on me. I know they want a bigger fish and I'm going to serve him up. I'm going to serve him up. Maybe that's why he was sloppy on the LA. I mean, the LA hit was sloppy in general with a little pop. But that's why maybe he was sloppy. They said
Starting point is 00:46:27 burn the infinity. That nigga went there, wiped it down, took the gun, and then just illegally parted it and dipped. Everybody said, burn it. He came back to Durk and said, oh yeah, I burned it. Lied. Why didn't he take extra precaution? And then when the cops came
Starting point is 00:46:44 to the rental place for the BMW, he tells Smirk. Yo, Smirk. Cops is coming around asking. Now, Smirk is thinking they don't really got much because you burnt the car right you did x y z right but you got this fool he's taking he's taking shortcuts you know why in his mind man if they ever come to me i know who the hell i'm serving up smirkyo this got to be how the defense is putting this down it got to be chat it got to be and by the way i think this helps dirk oh word you know all his details so you could order shit on you could order stuff that
Starting point is 00:47:21 would seemingly look like it's coming from Dirk's business, maybe Dirk's name, you know, you know, Social Security, God damn, and you could apply for a credit card in his name. Dirk don't really know much about finances. Literally, you know more about him than he knows about him. How is it not feasible? When we have you on jail calls taught my how you about, you got your cooperant outfit laid across the bed, you by to do your big one, speak properly, start crying for the judge to feel some, How is it not then a possibility that if you're,
Starting point is 00:47:55 if you are confronted with you are done unless you serve us a bigger fish, you realize the only way you could get out of this rabbit hole is to give us dirk. And that's exactly what you're doing. You're giving us dirk. But everything you're saying makes it look iffy. You know everything about the guy. You would be the most likely person to be able to frame him. You know everything about him.
Starting point is 00:48:19 you could leave breadcrumbs that trace back to him whenever you want you know everything about him and he doesn't know enough about himself to cross his T's and dot his eyes and you're lying to him because if allegedly he tells you burn the car you you don't even burn it and you lie to him and he can't even check interesting chat interesting that's how they're going to have to frame this shit that's how they're going to have to frame it let's get back to the knot where is the not account to his business accounts everything about dirt and his immediate family around that time there was two additional flights booked on a dirt bank's name to set it up to look like i hate the i hate how they keep referring to this as if anybody here had been on a commercial flight when you book a flight i hate they're saying booked under so on the dirt's name if you book a flight for dirk nobody else could take the flight except Dirk. I think they mean it's not book it under someone's name.
Starting point is 00:49:27 They booked it using Dirk's payment information from that Amex, which is a business card, that there are several credit cards. By the way, if you read the initial indictment, there is OTF credit card one that Jason got and OTF credit card two that Vani has. Do you want to go back and find it?
Starting point is 00:49:51 do you want me to go back and find and show y'all so there's two credit cards there's two credit cards in this scheme there's two credit cards oh shit my dad sorry there's so I think when people keep saying
Starting point is 00:50:11 oh they're booking it under dirt's name if you book a flight under somebody's name that mean you booked a flight for them you can't transfer you can't transfer flights like that if we go all the way back we go all the way back.
Starting point is 00:50:33 We go to the first indictment. Here's the first indictment. Where we go? Here we go. Here we go. supersede indictment one. Okay. And if we search here, credit card.
Starting point is 00:50:47 Okay. Using a credit card. Co-conspirator 3, now we know it's Jason. Okay? Which, by the way, it looked like they arrested him. But he's not, he's unindicted. Look, see? Credit card one.
Starting point is 00:50:59 So using credit card one. co-conspirator 3 used it to buy a plane ticket so when they say under dirk's name they didn't buy tickets under dirk's name they bought ticket with a with a card that is dirk's account it's his business account credit card one so o tf card one and there's going to be o tf card two for that bonny has you're gonna see o tf card two defendant grant rented the hotel with it so jason booked the flights with with his OTF card and Vonny rented a hotel
Starting point is 00:51:39 with his credit card. Now, obviously, we know how niggas talk. So when Dirk is saying, don't put none under my name, he's kind of probably saying no association, you got to read between the lines.
Starting point is 00:51:53 And these dumb ass niggas, they still use their company card. They didn't have like a fucking personal card to use or something like that. They couldn't use PayPal. They couldn't use some other shit. No.
Starting point is 00:52:03 You know? Whatever. Dirk was a flight risk so he couldn't get no bond. Like the video, subscribe to the channel. And, okay, here we go. And then they made a point to say, Voney was the leader in the Blackshire, Georgia shooting on 5-1, 2021 against Kondo. Vondi produced one or two guns for this hits and said that other people had their own switches,
Starting point is 00:52:30 but he still provided extra additional weapons. And they obtained the stolen vehicle. and no one told him to go along for that. He did it on his own. He even testified yesterday how he has and know how to make fake license plates from his phone and just print him out at FedEx. See?
Starting point is 00:52:52 And then Vonny suddenly said that the L.A. shooting was... Vani was a scammer of scammers, man. ...was not voluntarily that Dirk made him do it. Vonny claims that he got involved in L.A. shooting after stalking Cuondo Rundo all night. But he had already purchased the hot car, already set up the party bus with the guns. He set everything up, even the hotel rooms, the digital tags and organized everything that was determined today. I then wrote again, Bunny is playing games, acting like he doesn't remember prior statements to law enforcement,
Starting point is 00:53:25 act like he had to remember him saying he was on the phone with D.D. And then Bonnie's March 20 of 2025 meeting with the FBI, he said he knew. never said he barred dd's phone but and yesterday they was pointing out that you're saying things to the feds and bunny started saying that the government was writing things down that he didn't say and then they went into vani's agreement with the feds it waived his right to appeal he said he doesn't know the ends and the outs of his agreement but show me and he basically said he has he hasn't been sentenced and his sentencing is depending upon what happens in this case Vani told his mother that he had already been granted his 5K motion on the jail phone.
Starting point is 00:54:14 Now, that was him lying. Usually that's a lie I hear inmates tell their girlfriends. Because, you know, while you're locked up, you're thinking about the niggas fucking your girl. You're thinking about your girl getting tired of you, like, not coming home soon and her moving on with their life. So oftentimes I've heard that inmates will tell. their loved ones, nah, it's happening very soon. I'm about to come home this month and next month. I'm just waiting on X, Y, and Z.
Starting point is 00:54:49 Or, nah, this just got to get presented in court. It's a stringing on process. Because, again, if people know the reality that you're just flat out not coming out for 10 years, the amount of times they're going to keep taking those calls from you day in and day out, you got nowhere to go. They're moving on with their life. That time is going to be shorter. Now, if they think her coming out next month, you know how the human spirit is.
Starting point is 00:55:11 So they're trying to get closer to you. They want to, you know, whatever. So they're more locked in. So it appears that. It appears that Vani says that to his mom. I would think you have to say that to a chick. But he says it to his mom. I'm pretty sure, you know, I don't know what his mom was going through, but he probably wanted to give her some hope.
Starting point is 00:55:26 But he lied. You do not get your 5K1 letter until after all cooperation has been complete. Vonny said he told her that to give her a hope. And it means that, and they made a point to say that if your 5K motion was already granted and you told your mom that, it means that he's no longer looking at a mandatory life sentence. Bunny claims he understands now that it's the prosecutor who decides his sentence and not judge Fitzgerald. He admitted that he lied to his mother. Defense said he knew that by cooperating, it was a reduced sentence. And okay.
Starting point is 00:56:09 Who decides his sentence and not judge Fitzgerald. He admitted that he lied to his mother. Defense said he knew he knew that by cooperating it was a reduced sentence. And Bonnie said that he's not lying. The truth is the truth. And then Tillman came on the cross examination. Tillman basically laid down the law. Vonny told the jury that he never seen.
Starting point is 00:56:37 Brown eyes or David Lindsay until the August 18, 2022 travel from Chicago to San Diego. Vonney admits that he never spoke to David Lindsay. He didn't know him and can't tell the jury anything about what he agreed to, promise or nothing. There was no co-conspiracy. According to Vonny's testimony, there was no co-conspiracy. On August 18, 2022, Vonny flew on a private jet with dirt back to, LA and this is where according to Vonny's words and his words alone
Starting point is 00:57:11 Dirk told him to go ahead and find Coondo Rondo and kill him. So when they landed, Vani immediately took steps to plot the killing of Condo Rondo. Vani knew the BMW had a track on it the entire time.
Starting point is 00:57:28 That's why I keep saying was Vani leaving breadcrums saying if we get caught up in this shit, let me keep the ace in the hole. It's smirk. By the way, keep in mind, he had that car two months prior. You had that car two months prior. Why would you use that car? I get it. Oh, no, it's rushed.
Starting point is 00:57:49 Everybody was rushed. And if he had that car two months prior, remember, they just came back from Miami. It looked like, you know, he must have been in L.A. with Dirk before. If it was there two months prior. Apparently they went to Miami for like a few days only to shoot some video or finish up some song with Khalid and Savage. But if you're that smart It's like the Louisiana man's young guy
Starting point is 00:58:18 People are like oh no he thought this through Yeah so how did he get fucking caught at the McDonald's just Like when you when you give people some type of credit for being Smart or you give them oh okay They knew what they were doing You then got a question when you see obvious dumb shit Vonny's driving around a car that he knows as a tracker And he's the king of getting stolen cars
Starting point is 00:58:44 The king of getting stolen cars drives his rented car from a luxury dealership to the hit. Already been stated and confirmed that he rented this BMW before him and Dirk got on a private jet from Los Angeles to Miami and back. I think it was around August the 16th. He rented this BMW and parked it outside of Dirk's house because he knew that the GPS tracker was on. So throughout August of 16th and August. August the 19, 2020, he parked it outside of Dirk's home, even though he testified it was unusual for him to stay at Dirk's home. He claimed that he stayed the night or that early morning on the 19 in Dirk's home downstairs on the couch. Bunny admitted that he followed track the white
Starting point is 00:59:41 infinity and he also admitted that he followed and tracked the escalade. Yesterday, he also admitted that it was his bright idea to jam the escalade on the freeway and get the in the left lane and shoot up the vehicle, but that didn't happen. But he testified that he mastered that thought and that plan, even though he didn't execute it. And after leaving the shooting, Ronnie testified in the minute he went to end it out, parked the BMW on the side street, took Uber to Dirk's house. And then the next day, he went to the Verizon store to buy new phones for him, Dirk. And then he went to a luxurious hotel to celebrate what had happened to La Pab.
Starting point is 01:00:23 Like the video, subscribe to the channel. That is, oh wow, he went to celebrate. Look like he had a room at Dirt Spot. But as I would expect, you can't bring no bitch to my spot. You can stay here as my assistant. But do you want to go fuck a bitch? You better go to a hotel. You know why?
Starting point is 01:00:40 You ain't going to get a chick to go drop my low. I see you smirk. Anyway, let's keep it going. What's up? It's your boy, Denot, Day 10 at the La Dirt Trial. was the third and final day of Vonny on the stand. So today's... Vonny Brasco might have been dropping them breadcrumbs chat.
Starting point is 01:01:00 Vonny Brasco was... He was treating Dirk like Dirk was state farm. He was treating Dirk like all state. He was treating Dirk like Liberty Mutual. He was treating Dirk like progressive. That's the insurance plan. this shit go left I get caught
Starting point is 01:01:25 blame it on the big guy this is some dirty work if this is true this is some nasty work now I still say it's an uphill battle there is conspiracy of murder there's conspiracy of coming stalking that results in murder
Starting point is 01:01:43 with a deadly weapon and you know this is an interest in theory I think it could have some legs But are we, you know, we've been kind of getting all the details from the trial. Do we believe that Dirk had zero idea about this? He was not a part of this and he did not have these conversations about payment or, you know,
Starting point is 01:02:05 he was not encouraging these guys or asking them who'd you hit. Damn, why you ain't walking down. Again, I think, you know, there's so many different parts and this is why they have the conspiracy. Conspiracy. Remember, murder for hire is a conspiracy. conspiracy charge. It says conspiracy to use interstate facilities to commit murder for hire with the caveat resulted in death.
Starting point is 01:02:37 There's three levels to it. Same with the stalking charge. There's three levels. The thing is, and I said this to 6'9 yesterday, you know, love 6'9, but, you know, I know I walk shit down. There's a few points. That were made. I don't know if he really accepted those points.
Starting point is 01:02:57 Even though I get it, he wants to laugh and, you know, kind of get his dunk off on Lil Durk. But the reason why 6-9 is even out here, the real fact of the situation is that nobody died. Let's be honest. In that 9-train indictment, there's not one murder. That's what makes shit go crazy. Let me tell you how conspiracy of murder works. it's zero to 10 if they catch you with the plan but you ain't do nothing nobody got hurt they know you got the plan
Starting point is 01:03:30 you are trying to execute it you got caught you get zero to 10 years if somebody gets hurt zero to 20 years if somebody gets killed it's death penalty or life in prison nothing else we have to remember as much as everyone's trying to compare their And even in the case, you know, obviously thug case is a little bit different because the prosecutor has tried to, they tried people for big nut.
Starting point is 01:04:06 Is it a big nut? Nuts murder. They tried the wrong people. So the prosecutor were getting spanked would not being able to convict people for Nutt years ago before they brought the RICO. So they were just keep pointing fingers at random people. And then they gave this guy immunity that he could go up there and basically false claim it or whatever. So that was a shit show. But technically, and I think Doug got, you know, he got out.
Starting point is 01:04:31 I'm going to say unscathed. They ran his pockets, though. They ran his pockets. But what I will say is that a lot of people keep talking about all these cases. The reason why Dirk's case is a one-of-one, all love to NBA young boy, young boy ain't charged with the case. Well, I mean, he was charged with an attempted murder when he just got in the game. this case is the stakes are much higher because someone is dead.
Starting point is 01:05:00 There was several shootings in Manhattan. In Manhattan with Takashi 6'9 and the Bloods. There was not. And that's what I was asking him. I'm like, you know, one of the reasons you're probably not in jail is because y'all niggas had bad aim. The judge actually said that. Go look it up. Judge Englemeyer. He actually said that.
Starting point is 01:05:27 By the way, it's still 6'9 judge now. He's 6'9 judge until he gets off probation or parole. Bad aim, 9, Trey Bloods. Look, this is what the district court judge said right before he sentenced Shottie would have been doing life. Niggins, shoddy shot, niggas. But nobody died. And that's what I was trying to tell 6'9 of him.
Starting point is 01:05:55 I'm like, listen, there is no way to. oh, let me shoot him that he don't die. Because I think he was kind of trying to say. I don't if you remember when he was on the line. He was like, yeah, I would, I'm not no dummy. I would kind of tell him like, don't kill the niggas. I'm like, bro, if you tell a nigga to use a gun, what you mean shoot him and don't kill him? Like, how does that work?
Starting point is 01:06:12 You can't do that work. You can't do that. What are you saying? Toronto? What are you talking about? You know what I mean? Right? He was like, listen to back to yesterday's, you know, stream.
Starting point is 01:06:23 It's like, man, I ain't no dummy. Huh? You have to like this was by the luck of the draw. They have, listen, 6.9 would have been cooked. They have 6.9 hook, line, and sinker on a video where he says, I got a 30 pack. At least Dirk's not on audio doing video doing this. Look, 69, I got a 30 pack. Apparently there was TMZ cameras.
Starting point is 01:06:49 That was like right there in the vicinity. Look. How does TMZ catching you ordering a hit? This was on Chew-MZ. Keith, by the way. What's that doing? Rambley? What's that doing?
Starting point is 01:07:06 And the thing with this Six-Nine situation, and the nine-trade guy's got to be ashamed. Six-nine is running around doing what he wants. The camera is on him. He's ordering hits like he's ordering DoorDash. And all the gang members in the back are just like, all right, as long as he got the money, he could just fucking incriminate everybody.
Starting point is 01:07:26 Look. Look how many niggas in the back. And not one saying, nigga, get off the phone. It's right here. Who's the last person you shot? He's actually arguing with an op. What's the last person you shot?
Starting point is 01:07:49 Somebody says he was trolling. Don't you realize, yo, first of all, let's compare this case to Dirk's case. If Chief Keith gets headshotted, I'm telling you all the niggies is going away for life. If Chief Keith, remember, allegedly he puts money on Keith's head,
Starting point is 01:08:07 we get Kuda B, who takes the money, gives it to, gives some to another nigga. Right, actually, he gives to, so the boonimo in this situation is actually shoddy. Shottie gives Kootabee some money. Kudabee gives it to another nigga. And the other nigger when he sees Keith walking out the hotel because they stalked Kee from some spot. They stalked Kee, same shit. They stalked Kee from like some restaurant to the W.
Starting point is 01:08:32 Then they waited until he came back out. They shot, but they shot at the fucking W sign. They clearly shot up. so they didn't kill him but if let's say they did kill him nigger they got you on video making a hit they don't got dirk on the video they got you on video making a hit
Starting point is 01:08:53 there's actually money that was paid 6 9 admits he did give money Dirk didn't pay none of the shooters Dirk stiffed them nigger stole that shit nigga so what I guess what I was trying to make the point is that 6 9 would have been beyond cook and I was trying to tell him It's the luck of the draw, my guy.
Starting point is 01:09:15 So I'm not saying he can't make fun of Dirk, but it's the luck of the draw. You are in similar situations, and you were way more incriminating. It would have not been a case. The video if you call him the hit is there, and you gave the money to Shottie. Now, maybe Shottie doesn't flip because Shottie's a real nigga.
Starting point is 01:09:32 He's not going to flip and be like, yo, 69 gave me the money. But if Kuda flips or the other guy be like, yeah, I got paid. And it was actually proof that you did pay, You're on video saying I got a 30 pack Supposed, supposedly you give him the 30 pack Case closed, life in prison, that's it
Starting point is 01:09:49 Who's the last person you shot? What's the last time you shot? What's the last person you shot? I know you, blood. What's the last person you shot, blood? So why are you going to go back to your city? Why don't go back to your city? Why don't go back to your city?
Starting point is 01:10:09 You're not hot, nigga, you ain't sell no records. You mean you're hot? I'm good in my city I'm good at what's the last time something happened to me in my city telling us
Starting point is 01:10:21 what's the last in my city that's a fact and I'm there all the time and I'm there all the time and I'm there all the time and I'm there all the time tell them
Starting point is 01:10:30 that we're going to show New York because that's not selling out the funny thing is I don't know if y'all who this is right here that's Cuban doll though ironically too
Starting point is 01:10:39 Cuban doll was fucking Tato Yo, isn't it so interesting? You think about the Janiya Asian doll, like mix up in between Vaughn, young boy. You think about 6'9 beefing with Keith. 6'9 previously said his favorite rapper was Rondo number 9, but he ends up beefing with Keith. And of course, who's in the midst of it, it's always a woman, bro. You think about Mo 3, he just put dick in the stomach of a woman. 30 minutes later, that woman's baby daddy is calling a shooter to chase him down on the highway to kill him.
Starting point is 01:11:22 Are we noticing a trend? Are we noticing a trend? Somebody said, go check out of the Yellow Bezzy shit. Don't tell me Yellow Bezzi paid out of the OTF credit card too. No way. You mean she got a, you mean social got a show? Oh, that's Tato. Bro, that's what I'm saying, bro.
Starting point is 01:11:52 that's what I'm saying, bro. Women are so interested. They're interested in species. Cuban doll is there. They're arguing essentially over her. She knows the type of niggas Tato is, and she knows the type of niggas 6'9 got around. Somebody could get shot,
Starting point is 01:12:13 and she's just over there just kind of like, like, woo-d-doo-doo-to-do. Like, women don't care if niggas get killed, as long as it's over there, pussy. There's actually a female, I think she's a rapper or something. some nigger died over her pussy literally. She brags about it.
Starting point is 01:12:30 She literally, no, no, actually, no, it wasn't like some murder shit. She was fucking the nigger, and the nigger died from a heart attack while fucking her. She doesn't feel sad. I heard her say, yeah, my pussy put niggas to sleep. Well, goddamn. Well, god, y'all know who I'm talking about? Yeah, know who I'm talking about. There's a woman who, there's a guy who fucked her, and he died in the pussy.
Starting point is 01:12:54 she died in the dude died in the pussy and she actually brags about how good her pussy is that that it killed somebody and I'm like that kind of like masses up with not every woman but what some of these chicks like when they see two niggins down to kill over them it's like an ego boost you know what I'm talking about
Starting point is 01:13:17 it's not a Kevin Samuel's thing it's not a Kevin Samuel's thing I don't even want to look up the check But it's not Kevin Sammo's thing Where you at, Lai? Where you at? Matter of fact, matter of fact, I'm going to just
Starting point is 01:13:40 Listen, matter of fact, I'm going to just get your address I know where you at. Don't worry about it. Now, I think it was a girl I seen her on She was on, she was on Fresh and Fit one time But I think she did interviews about it too. A nigga died fucking her
Starting point is 01:13:59 And she literally was bragging online like, yeah, like, I probably could Google it. I don't even if you guys give me the name. All right. Yeah. Where you're at? You're going to be in your crib or you're going to be in a social hotel? She said you're going to be your crib or a social hotel. Huh?
Starting point is 01:14:24 You're going to be in your crib or you're going to be with a social hotel or something? Where are you going to be at? I got a 30-packing them right now, bro. So, this was crazy. I got a 30-packing right now, bro. 30-pack. I swear to God got a 30-pack, right.
Starting point is 01:14:53 What's up, family? What's up, family? What's up, family? What's what I'm saying? That's what I'm saying. That's what I was trying to tell us. I'm like, yo, listen, I get it. But, like, yo, you would do it.
Starting point is 01:15:04 Like, I'm telling you, you heard what the judge said. The only reason why you niggies are going to have a chance at freedom is because y'all had bad aim. He says through a combination of sheer luck and bad aim, no one died. That was a notable quote given by district judge Paul A. Englemyer. If there was somebody dead, by the way, you know if Little Pop didn't die. Bro, Dirk would spank this case. Because he would only be facing 20 even if the nigga got shot. Matter of fact, the feds probably wouldn't even bring it.
Starting point is 01:15:39 They would have probably waited until somebody died. The feds probably wouldn't have brought it. Oh, okay, he's only facing 20. We're not going through. They're going through this that Dirk never sees the light of day. Look, look at all the time. six-nine his homies were shooting that niggas. They run down in a hotel.
Starting point is 01:15:57 In a hotel. Arm robbery. April 21, Shottie shoots at a rival. Later that day, they ran to Casanova. They shot in the Barclays. Let me see. They got sued eventually.
Starting point is 01:16:21 I don't know whatever happened to that. But a bunch of, oh, this is only Shottie. Allegedly, you know, there's other stuff that happened. I'm, you know, I'm pretty sure it's in the plea. I would hope. I would hope so I don't want to mention it, but trust me, there's a lot of shootings going on. They just didn't kill nobody.
Starting point is 01:16:41 One thing with the feds, once somebody's dead, somebody got to go to jail for life. It's a life for life. I do like the feds with that. The feds treated like life for life. Okay. This was a crazy thing, man. Who are you going to be at? I got a 30-pack room right now, bro.
Starting point is 01:17:08 30-pack. That's creepy right there. That's cripple right there. Is that Kells? Let me go to this yellowbezi thing. They can say yellow besy's cooked before you even get to the thing. So do you know the story of the yellow bezy thing? So they're saying murder for hire.
Starting point is 01:17:36 I've said that I think that he's... he's going to beat it. I said that I think that yellow bees is going to beat it. Yes, we know it's a murder, but how do we know that yellow bez he paid for the murder? Oh shit. This is the guy who's the, so it's his baby moms. It's his baby moms. His baby moms was fucking, um, Mothri's punching dick in his baby mom's stomach.
Starting point is 01:18:01 He can't even sleep, tossing and turning. His son called him, Mommy getting their guts piped out, daddy. Oh, hell now, not about that round-faced Mo 3 ass, nigger. He calls the shooter. Yo, he up by my crib, blah, blah, blah, get on his ass. Now, supposedly, Mo 3 had, not Mo 3, Yellow Bezzi had money in the streets. So he used it as a way to cash out.
Starting point is 01:18:25 So I bet. I'm going to set this in motion. Niggi ain't going to fuck my baby moms no more. And also I'm going to collect a bag. But now it looked like he's rolling. Supposed he's rolling. Supposed the snitching, but looked like the snitching is back in full. full fold because I see him on a stand here we go
Starting point is 01:18:41 yeah our n663 is page 5192 from the defense Instagram and 864 is the video from the Instagram why I call them telebezi okay I'm gonna try to speed through this chat to get to updates of Dirk do not go in the words just hang out we're trying to figure out remember these are two murder for
Starting point is 01:19:01 higher trials they're kind of running parallel I keep telling y'all if Dirk beat his murder for hire and Yellow Beezzy beat his murder for hire you murder for hire is going to be popping from here on now I think if both of them go to jail you know a lot of these rappers do this bullshit right you don't put money on your head that's all these these niggas do like rapists became about a bunch of
Starting point is 01:19:22 bitch-ass niggas rapping about the money that they give the actual gangsters go do crime only niggas like pooh-shisty was actually shooting his gun and vaughn and vaughn dead and we've talked kind of about fudes and beast I want to get to how they connected to Yellow Beesia and how he paid. Yes.
Starting point is 01:19:49 Remember, in all these cases, people always told my payments. Payments. How could you prove the payment? See, in the 6-9 situation, I got a 30-pack. Well, you promised a 30-pack. Let's see. In Dirk's case, they say a million, but we never heard Dirk say. It's hearsay.
Starting point is 01:20:01 Let's hear this. This is the middleman. This is Oteavani, pretty much. Before we get into watching this video, is it fair to say? Okay, some music. In this song, In 2018, 2018, 2019. In this song, Mo3 specifically referenced the shooting on the tollway involving Yellow Beezzi.
Starting point is 01:20:34 And it appeared that he took credit for being involved with that. He also specifically mentioned hearing about having a bounty on his head at the time and that he's not afraid. He's not afraid of it. Wait. This is the baby daddy, right? The niggins speaks too well. Might be the detective. He's speaking too well.
Starting point is 01:20:52 He owns some OTF Vani shit. The bounty. Oh, this is the detective. Okay, okay. I thought this was the baby daddy, man. Don't the baby daddy kind of look like this? Am I tripping? And this is roughly a year and a half?
Starting point is 01:21:07 Oh, it's the detective. I'm like, this thing I know too much words in English, man. Fuck that. Okay, okay. All right, we need to get to the payment, bro. How do we know that Yellow Bezzi paid the bread? Maybe Yellow Beezze was on his dirt shit. Fuck the shooters, nigga.
Starting point is 01:21:20 9.1. Do you recognize the individual on the left-hand side that's about to be speaking? Yes, I do. It said, go back more. Bro, go back to what? Where? Give me a timestamp. We want to figure out how we know he paid.
Starting point is 01:21:38 How he pay on Zell? Oh, here we go. Is it here? This tax message is here. It's referencing money. Oh, here we go. All right. Let's see how niggies is this.
Starting point is 01:21:58 paying for murders, man. Okay, so this is, this is, um, yellow bezy phone and this is, is this trap boy, Freddie? Oh, hell no. What's the word? Now on the 21st, do you know where Conway was at at that time? Yes, he's in Texas. Where was the various more at that time?
Starting point is 01:22:19 Los Angeles. What is the more saying response? No signal on the plane. Then what did he say to that? Can you read? he ain't used his personal bank account chat i bet you i bet you a hundred bucks he ain't use his goddamn bank account no way no way yellow bezy paid with his personal checking account no way what is conway saying response to morris tex bro niggas trying to burn it's trying to burn out
Starting point is 01:23:01 connect me with your people what is burn out by the way and i know y'all go hit me for like keep pausing i watched i watched um charleston white speak on this today. It's a new Vlad episode. I think he might be right. Apparently when in Dallas, and I guess it probably would be like that in Texas, not Texas, Houston too. The detectives are all black. The prosecutor is black. The judge, everybody's black. And this is why it matters. You see, when you've got a bunch of white people that's watching the dirt stuff, they don't really know the culture. They don't know what's what. They're just seeing evidence. They probably really never heard a little Dirk ever in life.
Starting point is 01:23:47 All of these niggas that's probably in this Dallas case, whether the jury, which is mostly black from what I hear, prosecutor, detectives, they all know these niggins been beefing. Ain't nobody in denial. Ain't nobody, you don't got to overdo the story to them. They've been know these niggis is beefing. As opposed to the white people that's on Dirk's case, they're like, what?
Starting point is 01:24:07 They're beefing over what? Exactly. So over here is a bunch of niggas. They know what's up already. leave an area get out of town. Is that corroborated by what you know about what Key One did? Yes. Ain't no way he took out 20 bands. Stop lines that.
Starting point is 01:24:30 What is? Various more say to Conway after that test. They wasn't back. I'm coming. Why you keep saying the same thing about some change in the couch? Nigger, that's cool. I'm on my way. What was significant about this? They told my talking code? It's reference some money.
Starting point is 01:24:49 some money changing the couch changing the couch like no big deal I got it oh shit what is Connoe said nigger I've been asking you for three days people blowing me up T F which stands where the fuck I want to keep calling you for where was Conway and who was Conway with prior to these text messages Conway is back in back in North Texas so prior to him coming back in North Texas Where was he? Oh, he was in Los Angeles with Freddie. And when did DeVarious Moore Trappler Freddie go to California?
Starting point is 01:25:33 He went to California on the 13th. And you testified earlier, I believe that he was actually on the freeway behind the defendant and the victim at the time of the murder, correct? That's correct. And where did he go after the murder? On the 11th and 12th he was in Houston, Texas. And then where did DeVarious Moore go? He went to Los Angeles. We're yellow meeting.
Starting point is 01:25:55 Came back to Dallas and then went to Los Angeles. That's correct. Where the money at? What does Jerry say to Conway? What's up with your people? Conway said. That nigger playing games. Okay, okay.
Starting point is 01:26:20 Let's get to the money, chat. Show me the money. Oh, they're playing a Vlad TV interview right now, by the way. Supposedly. B.S. and Stam. Conway then texting. What is DeBarre's Morse? Two hours and 26.
Starting point is 01:26:51 Oh shit. We got it. Chat. And you can actually see it's around Houston pole. The traffic was pretty bad up there that day, right? Yes. Freeway was blocked off. Here we go.
Starting point is 01:27:03 Show me the money. November 20th from Marquis Conway at a Chase bank. Oh, hell no. How much? $40,000. No fucking way. when you interviewed Q1Wite
Starting point is 01:27:21 now you did not have this account or this withdrawal when you interviewed Q1A right that's correct okay so he takes out 40,000 out the bank now we're going to be fair here
Starting point is 01:27:33 Marquis Connery I believe that's um yellow Beezy niggas take money out of the bank all the time how we know that he gave this to the shooters how we know
Starting point is 01:27:43 when murder charges were filed on Q&Y he did not have this correct That's correct. But you asked him about a specific number about how much he got paid. Do you remember the specific number you asked him about? Yes, I do. How much did you ask him about? $50,000.
Starting point is 01:28:00 Where did that information come from? From the jail call on November 11th. With Dariusfield. And then the jail call from Mount Pleasant, how much did Q1 say he'd just been paid? 20,000. Oh, hell, no. I'm surprised it's not a Fed case. Any transaction with the bank to fund illegal and listed activities is called wire fraud.
Starting point is 01:28:40 And any time you start fucking with a FDIC insured facility, which Chase Bank absolutely is, that's the feds. I'm surprised this is being tried in Dallas. This is a Fed case right here. What? Nigga, you took money out the bank for the hit? Oh, hell now. So, but obviously, I'm pretty sure Yellow Bez has his reasons. Nah, I was going to go trick on my bitch.
Starting point is 01:29:01 I wanted to buy your purse, you know. Let me buy your Chanel, you know, something like that. You're on the electronic on page two. They got the fucking receipt. See the date of the same. It was all hundreds and fifties, is that fair? That's correct. Okay, so in hundreds, they had 250 hundreds for 25,000 and 350s for 15,000.
Starting point is 01:29:34 And that was the 40,000. So it's hundreds and 50s. Jesus, okay. All right. You go to the bank. Like you know I mean? Yellow Beasy wouldn't go to the bank and take out money for a hit and then be having the audacity to say nah give me 25, 25,000 and hundreds and give me no you wouldn't do that.
Starting point is 01:29:53 No, he ain't that fucking dumb. Will you crazy? I was going to go to the script club. Do you remember what time he got back to Dallas, the Conway that got back to Dallas on the 20th? I don't. Let me see what Vlad thing they played. he got off that tip I ain't in a couple
Starting point is 01:30:25 man I didn't eat like really a ton of healthy you know what I'm saying like a lot of sales seafood no souls no water
Starting point is 01:30:34 yo keep it up being chat do y'all think the feds and state police at least sign up for the membership for Vlad TV no jumper
Starting point is 01:30:43 in my channel like yo they'd be using the content like it's going out of style I'm trying to think about like yo
Starting point is 01:30:49 yo Joe Button charge a clipper fee $500 you how to fans just keep using the shit. They don't ask some permission. They don't play that shit, niggas, what the fuck?
Starting point is 01:31:00 No licensing? No? Yo, we wanted to tell the fans, man, there's a clip of feet, man. Oh, Vlad calling it right now. Vlad. Yeah, I like the breakdown you did of the minority response.
Starting point is 01:31:18 I like that. I just finished watching it. Oh, yeah, I'm on stream, by the way. Shit, I was watching another one of your clips. They just played your clip in Yellow Beasie Trout like two minutes ago. We're watching it. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 01:31:28 You know, when Beasy said the whole lickback thing. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. You know what I was saying? I'm like, yo, I'm kind of getting... Are we on live right now? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. That's what I told you. Yeah, okay, all right, cool.
Starting point is 01:31:39 I was saying the fans going to start have to give us some type of licensing fee. They're using too much interviews now. Okay, they're trying to use, like, three of mine in Dirk's case. They got yours and Keithy D's trial. They got yours here. It's getting out of hand, man. It's getting out of him.
Starting point is 01:31:54 But anyway, I've seen the Norie thing, man. Yo, I think you're like three and oh on beefs right now. But chill out, Vlad. This is where you catch the elves. You're three and oh right now. Just calm it down. You've been going crazy. Hey, man, listen, I didn't even want to bring it publicly.
Starting point is 01:32:09 I spent a year, you know, because me and Uncle Murder had a conversation about this. Because Uncle Murder on his show with Tony A was like, yo, I think Vlad took a little too far. I called him up. And I'm like, Uncle Murder telling me I'm taking it too far. This is funny. This is actually pretty funny, right? And I explained to him that this had been happening over and over The course of a year or even like longer than a year
Starting point is 01:32:34 Maybe like a year and a half It wasn't just one incident And and the whole thing is is that like for example like when I did your show I made a comment I said like yo Yeah and nor he comes and does like you know Tony Yeo and uncle murder show It does a bunch of other little podcasts and I guess like like Yale was like oh he you know It wasn't Yale, but Uncle Murrah felt like I was kind of slighting his show. And I'm like, so I called him up.
Starting point is 01:33:02 I said, hey, bro, listen, I was just rambling. And I could see why you take it that way. And I apologize. I didn't mean it like that. He goes, oh, it's all good, man. You're my brother. I fuck with you. You know, we love you, whatever.
Starting point is 01:33:12 I said, cool. Now, imagine if I apologized and then the next day, it said the same shit. Yeah. Yeah. That's what it's like. Now, it was crazy when you say DJ EFN, like he's looking bummy. Yeah. Nah, it's crazy.
Starting point is 01:33:27 Hey, Vlad, all I'm going to tell you is that, and I can't believe, I thought you going against Boosie, just how the internet's been. I thought they would have been like, this is the white culture vulture. We're going to decide with Boosie, even if the facts and the details might suggest otherwise. I thought the same thing with Norrie. I thought, you know, everyone's N-O-R-E. I thought they were going to mostly side with him. I read the comments. Even though Shade Room, Hollywood, and Lock, they posted it.
Starting point is 01:33:54 they're kind of on your side. And I'm realizing facts and details actually trumped, you know, just, I think he went at you with like an old pitcher, you know? And I'm like, yeah, unless he has some real things to rebut with, the times of saying stuff like, oh, he sued Rick Ross, so black people shouldn't like him. I think that's like over because it didn't really work for him. I was kind of surprised. Yeah, he posted up some old pictures of me.
Starting point is 01:34:24 One was from a dub magazine photo shoot from like 2003. The other one was from a source magazine photo shoot from 2004. I think that's DJ Lazy Kay next to me. It was like a whole DJ photo shoot. Yeah, man, we all wore baggy clothes back then. That's how we all dressed. Norrie was dressed in the same way. I don't know what that was about.
Starting point is 01:34:50 I'm not embarrassed by those pictures. I post those pictures myself. No, I'm going to be honest with you. I think the way that you responded to him and you laid everything down, it's you kind of like, you hit him with the, it's like the ether beat wasn't playing in the background, but it did have, because also,
Starting point is 01:35:07 I'm going to be honest with you, I've never seen people have a constructive conversation about drink chance. By the way, number one, everybody knows I like to drink this and third, but you actually made some points where people were like, oh, man, you had people starting to think differently,
Starting point is 01:35:20 which I'm going to be honest. That's not I said you're 3 in 0 right now, Vlad, but chill out. Chill out. I think you got you went over Boosy. Ari Spears was a demolition. Okay? And I think right now with Nori, I'm not too sure. I think he has to address it on the show, but do it in a real concerted way. You freestyle that or you had like some notes?
Starting point is 01:35:42 When it comes to stuff like that, I'll start writing down notes and I'll start to practice them in my head over a couple of days. And I'll start to kind of figure out what works and what doesn't work as I keep replaying it in my head. But, you know, listen. The response is, you're a racist. I know you want to call me the N-word. Like, you're the KKK. Huh? Like, that's the best you got?
Starting point is 01:36:07 You're supposed to be a lyricist. Vlad, I keep telling you, the moment and, you know, I'm going to take a little bit of credit for this. The moment, and I told you, I said, the biggest star that comes on Vlad TV is Vlad. The moment, like, look at your response to even, the key feedee stuff like at the end of the day you're the only constant that's there there's rotating guests obviously people have their favorites but if you have 40 million people who are
Starting point is 01:36:35 watching you or get 40 million views a month on youtube people like your content and the only constant in all 40 million of those views for the most part i know you have other shows is you and that's why you know you shouldn't be uh you know afraid of hopping on camera to address something rather than let people kind of get narratives off and i see you're picking your spot you're It's working and you see the views come in too So you know I feel bad for Nori though I rock with Norrie but um I mean
Starting point is 01:37:04 You're feeling crazy But you are you are an inspiration though Like the way you handle your shit And the way you address shit And the power of doing that As opposed to letting other people Kind of run the narrative Is it's a big thing man
Starting point is 01:37:20 It is a big thing By the way fuck the hot 97 morning show All three of them bitches Fuck all of them Fuck all the bitches. All three of them. Bales and females. All of them.
Starting point is 01:37:32 All of them. Because you know what the funny part is? Is that Hot 97, like the IG page? I forgot who runs it. Would be hitting me and like, hey, listen, we want to repost this. Is that cool? Sure, go ahead. Okay, we're going to tag you.
Starting point is 01:37:43 Yeah, Baba. I never asked for anything in return. Like, yo, when you, you know, when you come in New York, maybe we could do some shit together, you know, because me and, you know, me and Ebro and Rosenberg didn't really have the best relationship, but now there's a new staff. I don't really know, Miro. and all them.
Starting point is 01:37:57 Like, oh, yo, we should probably have you on the show. And, you know, I'd email the dudes at Hot 97. They wanted to do some sort of mixtape panel. I saw, I saw what those morning show bitches said. And I respond, I said, listen, fuck Hot 97. Remove all my shit. Yeah. From your social media.
Starting point is 01:38:16 And don't post it again or I'm going to hit you with a copyright strike. Fuck Hot 97. Seriously. You can't be talking to me and using my content and then churning around. and shit he's on me on your morning show. You can't do that. No, take my content off. Fuck that.
Starting point is 01:38:32 And I'm not, now I have no interest in coming to Hot 97. Yeah, no, no interest whatsoever. Their shit is kind of stuff. When all three them, we get fired and they replaced by someone else,
Starting point is 01:38:42 you know, I have a janitor job somewhere for him. But other than that, fuck them. Mm. All right, two things. One of you, hit me on the side when you're coming to New York. It's now my time to do your platform.
Starting point is 01:38:53 And yes, I've seen Boosie say this. Boocy was like, I told Vlad not to pay people or whatever. And I'm very open about that's not my business strategy. And I've always looked at content as, hey, I have a YouTube channel. I have a platform that I'm building up.
Starting point is 01:39:11 I understand Vlad has a platform that he's building up. I don't think that, you know, if we're both doing our thing, this should be a thing where everybody's charging each other. Because what you start to get is an ecosystem that is, I think it's just really hard to survive, especially when people are greedy. So I encourage everybody, whether you're on my platform or Vlad's platform,
Starting point is 01:39:30 you should have your own platform. And I think Vlad, you know, again, if he wants to pay people, and he's always been paying people, right? But he should, I think you should do more swaps. You do my, you do my podcast, right? The Norie stuff came from there. All right, Ben, when you come to New York, I'm about to do your show. We've had that relationship for years, right, right, Blad, in my line?
Starting point is 01:39:52 Yeah, that was a lot. supposed to be what me and norrie were putting together i did his show i did numbers i did like 20 times what his new interviews are doing 20 times he does about 100 000 on new interviews i did close to two million so i'm thinking my show i'm not expecting a lot of views but cool let's come do my show we'll keep we'll keep rocking and i guess the next thing and i did say this on the video what you're talking about i think some of these guys they're just scared to tell you no but but they know they're scared to tell you know because they know they'll look weird and selfish because you do their platform. It's like when I was asking Charlemagne like,
Starting point is 01:40:27 yo, hey, you know, Charlemagne said, come do the breakfast club. I do it. Come do brilliant. I do it. And then when it was time for him to do my platform, I felt like there was some hesitation. At that point, you kind of do have to feel away, right? Like I went on a rant kind of calling out certain people because the first moment they asked me to do something, I went to their platform. And again, this stringing on of people to be like, hey, no, I'm going to do it. He could just said, hey, listen, Vlad, I got no problem with you, you know, whatever. but I don't want to do your platform. Now, granted, he probably doesn't want to tell you
Starting point is 01:40:57 why he doesn't want to do it because it's probably not him. It's probably the optics and other people around him. And just based off of that, he tells you yes and he strings you along. And after a certain while, you start thinking, I must be a home because he's just stringing me on, stringing me on for a damn year.
Starting point is 01:41:14 I get it. Don't ask me to do your show then. It's all that simple. Like, if you don't plan on either paying me or doing my show afterwards. If there is some sort of conversation about this, then don't do it. Like me and whack, we're talking about how it's going to get to a point where it's going to turn into like, you know, feature swaps, you know,
Starting point is 01:41:36 how artists do it. Okay, you know, if you get a 16 from a little baby, then Rod Wave's going to owe you a 16 or there's going to have to be a payment involved. Yeah. And for example, like, okay, like, cool, I'll do your show. You have three months to do my show. If you don't do that show within the three months, you owe me like 20,000. Yeah, it's one of those things where like everyone's in a context.
Starting point is 01:41:58 But there's a, you know, there's a contract involved. You understand that there's a financial burden involved if you decide to string someone alone. Cool. Yeah. Again. It's getting to that point, man. It's a big, listen, I understand you don't pay for interviews, and that's great because that's the way you set up your platform.
Starting point is 01:42:15 But a lot of people do pay for interviews, a lot. A lot. Even fucking drink chance pays for interviews. even though Nori wants to lie about it. Yeah. Drinchin has offered money to people. I know that for a fact, right? So there is an ecosystem of money that's being circulated.
Starting point is 01:42:32 So if people can do good handshake business, then it's time for contracts. Hey, right? I respect what you're saying. Hey, if you want somebody on your platform, but you would never appear on their platform, maybe you shouldn't want them on your platform. If you think whatever about Vlad's platform,
Starting point is 01:42:51 because you know what happens? These guys will bring you to their platform to try to either get their audience to ridicule you or whatever for their benefit, but they won't show up on your platform that it could seem like it's an even fair plain feel of you guys both rocking with each other. Really, they kind of bring you to their platform,
Starting point is 01:43:10 not to my nor' specifically, but that's kind of how I look at it when someone invites you to their platform but they're unwilling to come to yours. Like they're trying to just exploit you. You get what I'm saying? Right. And here's the thing.
Starting point is 01:43:22 I hate that shit because you know me, I'm not like that. So Mark Lamont Hill, someone that we have, you know, talk shit about on my show and I think your show as well, right? Me and him started talking recently. He DM me about something I posted that had something to do with like an interview he did. So we started talking. We got on the phone. We kind of aired out some of the bullshit. And I said, yo, we should do an interview.
Starting point is 01:43:46 And he said, yeah, but it's going to look funny. If I go to your platform, I said, no, no, no, no, no. you did my platform some years ago, I'll come to your platform. Yeah. He goes, well, I don't have a very big platform. You know, it's just, it's a Patreon. It's just starting.
Starting point is 01:43:57 I said, I don't care. Like, you did my platform. I'll come do your platform. And whatever you want to do with it is yours. I'll say as long as you want and so forth. So I went to Jersey by myself, you know, went up there, hung out with him, met his wife and, you know, his production crew and everything else like that.
Starting point is 01:44:13 Hung out for like two hours and he put it out. And he was, and he was, like, shocked when he was like, wait, you really want to do my platform? I'm like, yeah, because you didn't mind back in the day. No money ever changed hands. Like, I owe you one. That's how normal people, like, the thing is, is that most, like, decent people, when you do something for them, they will feel like, yeah,
Starting point is 01:44:36 as a decent person, I should return the favor in some capacity. But then there's pieces of shit like Norie who just use people and don't feel like they owe people anything. And when the music industry in the 90s was, a closed system without media outlets, without independent media outlets, you can keep fucking people over and over again, no one will ever know. But when we're out here in social media and people got a voice and you can make a video airing someone out with the truth, that type of shit doesn't fly anymore. You know, that's why I said. If you're going to do Norie's platform, either have him do your podcast first or make sure he pays you.
Starting point is 01:45:12 Because you're going to be disappointed when it comes back around and you expect that there's a real relationship there because nor he's really good at making you feel like he's your man like he fucks with you when as you see with these videos he really doesn't yeah and and to put in perspective i think all content creators i think that should be the thing listen i'm on stream i've been streaming this whole dirk trial i've been doing like 10 hour days on stream like long days i'll call whack at any time whack always hops on the phone whack will be on the phone for an hour just breaking out stuff with me we have a good back and forth yeah you You know when Wack hits me up at random times and say,
Starting point is 01:45:48 Ak, I need you to come on Clubhouse. Clubhouse not my favorite place to go to. But out of respect for him, because I know he comes to my platform, I'll go there. And, you know, it's one of those things where, like, when you have relationships where it's one-sided, you're doing, you're bending over backwards, no pun intended,
Starting point is 01:46:03 and you're doing X, Y, and Z to make sure someone else gets the content that they want to get at the time that they want to get, because a lot of people have, you know, if Drink Chams is on a big network, they probably have sponsors, they got to get to a certain amount of numbers, So they're trying to find the most engaging guess at that time. And if you're helping by doing their show and feed into their ecosystem and now you might need it in your ecosystem in your world, you might need to, oh, I need a Nory interview and you can't get it.
Starting point is 01:46:31 I do understand you kind of feel in the way. You know, and the retroactive like, you know, thing where people are like, well, I didn't really fuck with the guys. Like, that's kind of crazy. Also, to Boosie's point, I do want to mention that. I'll give you the last word. And we should schedule some stuff because whatever you come over here. you know i owe you on um boosie said every time i get your back because you're my friend and while he's correct on the second part the first part that's not true i think i was one of the first people and i think
Starting point is 01:46:58 you could attest to this i said this to you privately on the phone and i said it publicly on your show i said Vlad i you know if this is your friend you want to be careful how you talk about their financial ability and how they invest or the lack of their investment because when it comes to the that we come from what niggas here is oh Vlad is saying this dude is broke and that is a ego tester for people and I told you I said listen you know you got to just be careful in that sense if you want to preserve this friendship with Busy because if you talk about oh Boosie's a guy who spends the money as he gets he doesn't invest that's something that you know it might be a sore spot and that was a criticism and by the way I think you agreed right like it wasn't I think
Starting point is 01:47:45 his idea is that whatever you say I agree with. Yeah, yeah. No, I don't think that you go out of your way to criticize Boosie because of our friendship. And like, for example, me and Charleston were talking about this is that when you look at the relationship, the business relationship with me and Boosie, I think Boosie benefited more from it overall because not only did he get paid for the interviews and he got, the exposure to get more bookings and so forth for shows, which is I think where the majority of his money comes from.
Starting point is 01:48:23 We got to see a fun, funny, uh, talkative Boosie talking about all the different subjects that are happening right now. And because the way these interviews were pushed out through my platforms, they got millions and tens of millions of views and so forth. Right now, whenever we hear of Boosie, it's, oh, he got swindled for,
Starting point is 01:48:46 600,000 by these white lawyers. Oh, Rod Wave offered him 100,000. He said it's not enough, even though Rod Wave doesn't owe him anything. It's always kind of like a sad story about Boosie now. That's when he gets into the media. And I felt like I was getting him to the media in a really positive sense, right? So if Boise doesn't feel that there's any value in that, because me and him haven't spoken at all, at all, then it is what it is.
Starting point is 01:49:14 I'm not I'm not I know like Bozzie's really egotistical I hate to say Oh yeah He works to me ego wise
Starting point is 01:49:23 People think I have a big ego I think I'm a big ego I think boozy's ego Is like 10 times mine Yeah I don't think you guys Are gonna talk for some while It's gonna be one of those situations
Starting point is 01:49:30 That you know Kind of like Maybe Lord Jammar Times two And not saying that was Lord Jammar's ego That stopped you guys I'm talking
Starting point is 01:49:38 But I can see this situation You guys got to separate For maybe a decade Maybe a decade I'm gonna be honest with you I don't I think you guys are getting cool next year, not me thereafter. I think it's going to be a long while while you guys are in different orbits
Starting point is 01:49:51 and something's going to happen to kind of bring you all back in. You know, then it's probably going to be a great interview as well. But, you know, at this point... Yeah, I'm not holding my breath, man. But me and Jamar also had more of a traditional friendship outside of the interviews. Me and Jamar actually spent time together outside of interviews. We would have dinners together. We would get on the phone and we would talk a lot.
Starting point is 01:50:13 Me and Boots, you really would know. never talk. It'd be like, all right, it's time to do an interview. And then I'd have to, you know, first I'd go through him, then he got to the point where I'd have to go through his road managers. I mean, him weren't really talking. And the road manager was having problems, booking the shit. And it's like, we really were not very close. Just, just to be dead honest. We were just, you know, I hung out at his house because of the interviews, but outside of that, we didn't really have that close to a friendship. So at the point where things started to go left and he started being kind of disrespectful on the way out
Starting point is 01:50:44 where he hung up on me during the middle of a business conversation. That's why I'm like, yeah, I don't know whether this is going forward at all on any level, on any level. And I was going to keep it quiet. Like, this was just going to be like, well, Boosie didn't say anything publicly,
Starting point is 01:50:59 I didn't say anything publicly, it was just going to be a quiet thing. But then once Boossey started mentioning, oh, I don't want to give me $5,000, then that opened the door to, well, let me tell you guys the whole story. It's really he wanted $35,000. And, you know, like at the end of the day, I do better financially with Charleston White than I do with Boosie.
Starting point is 01:51:19 And keep in mind, I wasn't doing Charleston White because Boosie asked me not to do it. So I was giving up that potential money because the Boosie relationship, but the Boosie relationship wasn't all that great. It was for Boosie. It wasn't for Vlad. So now the Charleston White relationship, I make more money consistently with Charleston because Charleston is not trying to constantly raise the price. and try to squeeze every dollar out of the situation, Charleston flies himself out. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:51:47 Makes it easy. Makes it easy. Shows up in L.A. Charleston comes up with ideas. Hey, I want to squash it with, you know, with Mom James. Okay, let me call Mom James. Now we've got a whole Mom James, Charleston White, sit down. You know, there's another guy that Charleston wants to squash it with
Starting point is 01:52:03 that I'm working on right now. You know? I put it like this. And I said it to Busy, and I was trying to say to Busy, like, Boosie, you're like the unc we all love. Like nobody really, at least me, I don't want to be beefing with you. And I hope you don't think I'm having any problems with you because of lack. We want to like you.
Starting point is 01:52:18 But there are certain things you say, like even when the Rod Wave stuff, I know how this music industry goes. I know that you're not doing proper business. If Rod Wave legally cleared the song and you're like, why you ain't look out for me? I know what that is. You're trying to tax him twice. And then Boosie has done this to many people. I think he was trying to do it to you as well.
Starting point is 01:52:39 He uses the fact that we love him. to kind of do bad business. Oh, even though the guy legally and properly cleared the song, you're going to bring it out here and try to talk down on him. Oh, he's stolen people's careers. He's this and third. You know how many, like, you know, the sampling's a part of hip-hop. And the guy went about the right way,
Starting point is 01:53:00 but now you're going to say this guy's a thief, this and third, if he doesn't give you, and it's not that he didn't offer you no money. He offered you $100,000. It's just like you offered him $25,000. But it's not enough for Bousie. Boosie wants his way. Boosie wanted 35 from you. He wanted 200,000 and 25% on the back end from Rod Wave,
Starting point is 01:53:18 a guy who didn't have to give him anything. And, you know, he used the public that way. It's not like I'm jumping in his business. These are public things now. I knew him and you, you know, didn't do an interview for a while. And, you know, you guys were either working it out or not. Never said anything about it. Never brought it to the record.
Starting point is 01:53:34 He brought it to the record. Of course, I commented. And then he's like, oh, you're just sticking up for your friend. So Boosie, listen. I know you and Vlad are maybe never not going to get cool in the immediate future, but I don't hate you, and I hope Vlad doesn't hate you. I don't think Vlad hates you, right? No, no, I don't hate Busy at all, man.
Starting point is 01:53:53 I don't hate Busy at all. And I think what you're saying is what a lot of people are realizing is that Busy has an unrealistic view of the business world and his place in the business world. And now people are going to say, oh, you can't tell a person what his place is. You can't tell a person what their worth is. The market just determines that. I can't tell a person that. The market determines it.
Starting point is 01:54:13 And the market is going to tell you if you're a way off. Right? Because in the same way, I remember who was this dude named Big Loon or something? He did something with whack. And he goes, oh, Vlad is lying to boozy because he's only showing the YouTube numbers. What about the Facebook? What about Snapchat? Vlad, not to cut you off.
Starting point is 01:54:33 That guy is a complete loser and a reject. It's one of Charlemagne failed Simeese to Black Effect Network. horrible numbers this is like you know like well me you even nory we're in the league
Starting point is 01:54:48 this is like the guy who's like he's playing the rec league at the YMCA he's talking yo you like yo you're the nigs I'm the Lakers
Starting point is 01:54:58 like this guy is just playing pickup games with like random dude this guy's out the game like one of Charlemagne's worst signing I heard him he threw him $15,000
Starting point is 01:55:07 the guy thinks that he has the you know, credibility, business knowledge, the platform to even criticize how you move or how you do business, how you see these relationships. The guy knows nobody, okay? Nobody. I think young thug gave him an interview. He's premiered the interview like 10 times. I kept thinking it was 10 different interviews. I'm like, I'm serious. At least you clipped it up. He premiered the interview 10 times. I'm like, yeah, another one? Oh, it's the same shit. Another one. Yeah, every month, he does a, I got a thug interview. Same shit.
Starting point is 01:55:41 It's just crazy. Same shit. That's funny. Yeah. I mean, because you would say like, oh, Vlad Vlad is really lying and boosting. I'm like, okay, first of all, YouTube accounts for 90 and 95% of the revenue. So if you want to attack 5% or even 10% onto my numbers, you'll see that the numbers are still
Starting point is 01:55:56 the same, right? The numbers, it doesn't move the needle, five or 10%. And the reality is when I talk about the market, if you know, I can't talk about the business of the NBA with the guy at the rec league paying $9.99 to use the YMCA.
Starting point is 01:56:12 I'm serious. Like, you know YouTube, I know YouTube. This guy, go to his, go to his page, look at his numbers. Do you think he understands the metrics that you're dealing with, that people in the league are dealing with? This is a bum-ass, nigga. I'm being honest with you, like, you know, we got to understand what it is. But I don't want to text too much in time because I am on live and we're tuning to the dirt case.
Starting point is 01:56:36 Text me. When we come to New York, let's, you know, you know, we know. got to do yeah man no doubt man no doubt that's how it's gonna happen uh you know but thank you for the you know for that one video i saw what you commented i agree you know with everything you say and i appreciate the support and also the honesty because you know when i'm wrong you'll you'll say that i'm wrong and i'll think about it and most times i'll actually agree with you of course i think i think i'm i think i'm fair i think people might think is listen in in the media sphere i think we have a positive relationship but we also have a constructive criticism
Starting point is 01:57:10 where it's not, oh, I'm criticizing you, like, I'm hating on you. I'm criticizing you. And I'll kind of explain the point. Like, I'm telling you, what we have here is like the most non-hate. There's no, like, super jealous, hating-ass dude that we all identify like, oh, brother, when he speaks, this guy's just hating. It's usually people who understand the same, the position someone else is in because they're going through the same stuff. We're all kind of going through this battle. You're one of the people, obviously, that help inspire me.
Starting point is 01:57:40 help inspire this entire independent media wave. And we're kind of learning from each other constantly. Like, you know, we're seeing this thing evolve. And it's, I mean, you even mentioned it. Look, at the media list, I'm one, your three, two of the top three spots are occupied. Actually, three to three, three of the top three, because I think Joe is two. It's all independent media, you know, so where, we're building this independent media system and figuring out what to do as the business goes.
Starting point is 01:58:10 shoot you created the business of paying these guys i'm not the fondest of stuff but i understand it now i understand it's going to evolve i understand what comes when you know greed comes in and other people come in and it's all going to evolve but we're all learning together man yeah yeah and honestly little people don't realize only around maybe 30 percent of people that are on my show get paid the other 70 percent either are coming for free because they want to be on the platform or there's some sort of swap involved in the background That's it. Maybe 30% and those 30% are usually people who don't have their own platforms and have consistently brought in really large fees.
Starting point is 01:58:49 Right? I have no problem paying Charleston White. I have never had a Charleston White interview that I've lost money on. Yeah. I'm going to be honest with you. Charleston White is a heavy hitter, man. He does real good on your. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:59:01 Yeah. His takes are always, um, his takes are great for clips. 100%. Exactly. It's telling me. Can't lie. Exactly, man. Exactly.
Starting point is 01:59:11 See, yo, man. I'm going to let you go. Yeah. But we'll talk soon. All right. Take your defending. Go down. All right.
Starting point is 01:59:19 That's my man, Vlad. You know, we did a reaction to his Nory video yesterday, and I thought that was pretty interesting. If you guys watched the video, Vlad's my friend, but, like, I feel like I keep it a hundred, too, bro. Like, some things, I'm not down with certain shit. I don't think Vlad's an evil person, no. But at times when he's kicking facts, he's. I'll tell you that. That's the thing with Nory.
Starting point is 01:59:42 And that's the thing with Ari Spears. Vlad has a way to compile his facts. And y'all keep everybody who's going against Vlad keeps using this. Oh, people hate him. So they're going to side with me. They did that to me for years. Where someone would be in a back and forth with me, they would have zero points. It's like a nigga like Mice on.
Starting point is 02:00:02 Like complete bum, right? Complete bum, bozo, half an idiot. He would just post on his Instagram that he's spills. Beacon against me and rather than people use their own brain, they be like, okay, well, fuck academics. So you know what? We're rocking with you. So I'm realizing at least with Vlad, as much as people say they don't like him, when he hits with facts and after facts, oh shit, Trap blow called me. Trap, what's the word?
Starting point is 02:00:31 Man, I just see your friend in the courtroom, man. I had you up on the big screen. Damn, who? You, hey, you big, big act up on the big screen. The FBI know who you are, man. No, I don't know they don't stop it, Tra. They said this is DJ academics talking with Lil Durk about Slife-Avon, and they played that clip of Yard off the record.
Starting point is 02:00:49 I just dropped a video about it. I put a tweet out about it, but they played your shit. But you want to know what, Dirk had an interesting reaction. You want to know Dirk's reaction? What was the reaction? They played your clip? Yeah. Dirk, he wasn't bothered.
Starting point is 02:01:04 He yawned. He wasn't bothered. He was unboredly, like, not like audibly like loud. He would do it dramatically, but he was like just looking down, yawning. He wasn't, he didn't look like he was pissed off. or he was salty. He looked unbubbedded. He was looking like, bro, there ain't nothing. That's how I feel like he reacted. Okay. I want to say this too. And by the way, first of all, I don't know if it's a good or bad thing that the feds know who we are. But they like introduced you. They're like, who is this? And the Fed like, that's each academics.
Starting point is 02:01:31 Oh, man. But at this point, they got to start giving us some license licensee or something. Yo, yellow bezy case today, they just play black. in the courthouse? Is that fair use? I don't know if it's fair use. I don't know if they're adding context with the interrogates, but I will say this. You might got a copyright claimless trial, man. You're going to bring that home. So I will say this.
Starting point is 02:01:55 I went back and I looked at, I looked at my messages with Dirk. Okay. I know people are going to say, act, you're the feds, right? I won't shout out of, I want you out of, like, I've never read these before. These are my messages with Dirk. text messages around the time we did the interview. You get what I'm saying? I want to,
Starting point is 02:02:17 I get his numbers. He says smirk you. I say, I got you. This is what Smirk says to me. Yo, I'll fuck with you. I'm going to tell Pete.
Starting point is 02:02:25 That's Peter. That was his manager at the time. Because I sent him the thing. I said, if there's anything incriminating, tell me or not incriminating, but anything you unlike. I wanted to give him the,
Starting point is 02:02:35 I give most people the opportunity. Let me know. He says, I'm going to tell Peter what I ain't like. So remember that. So everybody who can say I'm the fans, this is his approval. I'm gonna tell Pete what I ain't like. And I ain't gonna lie.
Starting point is 02:02:49 I want it as real as hell. This bitch gonna go up. That's what he told me. He didn't look too bothered, man. He didn't look like he felt no type of way, man. He looked like that wasn't nothing. They played other stuff that was pretty crazy. But when they played that, obviously everyone was waiting for that.
Starting point is 02:03:06 He was looking like, bang, nothing. That's what I was saying. But bro, I've got a run. I've literally got. I'll run back inside because they're about to start again, but I wanted to tell you that because your name came up. But I'm about to upload a bunch of clips, and you're going to see a few more things that came out.
Starting point is 02:03:16 I bet. Hurry up with the clips because I'm trying to watch it on the street, bro. Thanks. All right, it's coming, bro. Peace. Peace. All right. I don't know if I ever read those Smirk messages.
Starting point is 02:03:24 Yeah, Smirk wanted to keep it real. And, you know, he did have some messages. He told me what he wanted to remove. I'm not going to lie. He told me some stuff. We removed some stuff. I ain't going to tell you what we removed. I ain't going to tell you what we removed type of shit.
Starting point is 02:03:40 me. Yeah, it was some industry stuff. Nothing incriminating. He ain't to be like, yo. Yeah. Nah, it was good. It was good. We just keep it at. But, but I just wanted to make that point go over. Like, you know, I know people want to be like, yo, act the fizz, the media's the fizz. Bro, Dirk did this interview with me. He knew he was starting to pivot. This was going to be, I think, if you ask me, Dirk always, like, you know, these rappers always had a hot and cold relationship with the Warren Shirek. I think Dirk wanted to put a stamp and put and end the chapter of where he was going, where he was at, and where he came from. And for him, you know, remember, he had told me, I owe you an interview act.
Starting point is 02:04:36 And a year before, he did, he did Gillian Walo, a million dollars worth a game. That shit that's being mentioned in here. And remember, all of y'all, a lot of y'all who follow me, all my chat niggas, no. Y'all was on Dirk's ass. y'all was on dirk's ass told my man how you going to promise act an interview and you go do gillian wallow and dirk hit me and be like yo act you know i still got you i did not forget i'm a man of my word niggins say i'm a man of my word and the next album come around he said act yo pop out to la let's do that interview that's what happened y'all remember that y'all remember that okay okay okay okay i'm bad chat my bad niggas say yo act get to the fucking case and stop playing all right chat okay okay jesus christ y'all tough crowd man A hell of tough crowd, huh? Y'all are a tough crowd. Here we go.
Starting point is 02:05:25 Okay. Yo, I can't believe that Dirk had an op-list. Let's hear about Dirk's op-list. Let's hear about Dirk's op-list. Man, I just got out of the Dirk trial, and he said something crazy in them. Text messages. He had apparently sent somebody on his team. Wait for this.
Starting point is 02:05:46 A full-blown op-list. He has sent a list of all of the people by name that he doesn't actually rock with. And some of these people are obvious people that you're going to know. Some of these names, you might only know if you're a true deep, shy rack drill expert. Some of these, I recognize a lot of these names, okay? But like, I know a few people are going to have to go and do their research. You're going to have to go and pull up all of the backstory. But these names were pretty crazy.
Starting point is 02:06:09 So he basically had a message with somebody that worked for him. It was this person called Ola that was, you know, on his business records and stuff like that. He was the manager before he fired. He was the manager around the time Vani was there. And then he fired everybody. And basically, Dirk had apparently sent them a message. It was a list of names. He said, Trina, NBA young boy, Kondo Rondo, puke.
Starting point is 02:06:36 I think that's Gigi Puk, Alexander Witherspoon, and 6'9, as well as the feds and someone called Buttercup. Yo, the feds being your up is crazy. Yo, the feds being in your up list is wild. He followed that up with a message, basically saying these are the. MFs that I hate or got something against me. That was pretty interesting. Look, it's no surprise to anybody that obviously he's not feeling NBA young boy in Cuondo Rondo, but some of those names were pretty interesting.
Starting point is 02:07:06 Is that true, no? I believe G.G. Pukes are pretty notorious figure in the streets of Chicago with a controversial past. You're going to have to do your Shirecology homework on that one. And then Alexander Witherspoon is the person that, you know, allegedly... They shot in 2019 and he told on him. Dirk and Von Beezoo and AAB Helleband shot when they was outside the varsity in 2019. So, Dirk still had animosity against him years later, but six nines on that.
Starting point is 02:07:33 Yeah, that nigga told on him. So Dirk was hating on six nine just as much as a dude he shot and the guys that were involved in Von's death. Now, I don't know what Trina did to him, but I'm going to have to go and look into that one, because I don't know about that one. And I want to know who Buttercup is. I don't know if that's a nickname for somebody. That's the way he's disrespecting somebody. Maybe I can work that one out.
Starting point is 02:07:49 But yeah, that was the full Lil Dirk Oplis that just dropped in court. That was insane. Wow, Opelis. Wow, here we go. Otef Vani smoked the defense and finished the testimony. What? Did you feel in Turned Down Round 2 and refused to ask him more questions? Ooh.
Starting point is 02:08:09 So it's official, OTFoni's testimony is over. He is off the stand and I'm not going to lie to you. I was a little bit disappointed. Didi's lawyer was still on the stand. He was doing his best, but he didn't really get his lick back after what happened yesterday. I feel like Voni was doing pretty good. He was given quite concise, straight answers. There wasn't really any crazy madness.
Starting point is 02:08:30 There were a couple of things that didn't quite add up. He said that you borrowed Didi's phone to talk to Aza Houston. And Voni was defiant. He was like, borrowed. He said, you think he'd really let me take his phone? And then he basically said, well, at some point, you use Didi's phone to communicate with him. And basically, he kept doing that same thing he was doing to Drew yesterday. yesterday basically saying oh i need to see the page i don't recall i need to refresh i refresh my
Starting point is 02:08:52 page i'm not going to lie it looked like at certain points the prosecutors were actually yo chat is butter cup fbg butter no way is fbg butter butter cup chat no way his oplas is trina nba young boy not trina trina the musician not right who's trina quondo rondo who's puke Alexander Willis, when we know who that is, the Fizz, damn. Buttercup, that can't be FBG butter. Is that FBG butter? Calling a man Buttercup is crazy. Six-nine.
Starting point is 02:09:29 Okay. Who's Trina? Nah, it got to be a different type of Trina. It got to be a different type of Trina. Hmm. Let's play back. Sorry, Jack. So it's official.
Starting point is 02:09:52 OTF Vonny's testimony is over. He is off the stand. I'm not going to lie to you. I was a little bit disappointed. Didi's lawyer was still on the stand. He was doing his best, but he didn't really get his lick back after what happened yesterday. I feel like Voni was doing pretty good. He was given quite concise, straight answers. There wasn't really any crazy madness. There were a couple of things that didn't quite add up. He said that you borrowed Didi's phone to talk to Aza Houston. And Voni was defiant. He was like, borrowed. He said, you think he'd really let me take his phone? And then he basically said, well, at some point, you use Didi's phone to communicate with him.
Starting point is 02:10:25 And basically he kept doing that same thing he was doing to Drew yesterday, basically saying, oh, I need to see the page. I don't recall, I need to refresh my page. I'm not going to lie, it looked like at certain points the prosecutors were actually smiling at each other because they knew that Voni was going so crazy. And I'm sorry, shout out to Drew Findling, okay? But I thought he was going to take a recross, take another chance with some newly. I thought Drew Findling would have been up at FedEx all night last night,
Starting point is 02:10:49 reprint and all of the transcripts with the right page numbers on it after what ended up going left yesterday. but he didn't Drew didn't even face off against Vony again. I don't know if he felt like Voni was too slick and it would be better just to get him off the stand quickly. But I was thinking, oh, he's going to get his lick back. He didn't do it. That was actually insane. I was shocked.
Starting point is 02:11:08 And so the last thing they did that was a little bit of an own towards Voni is basically they caught him on a lie, basically saying that you were on a jail call and they played it of him basically talking to his mother and he apparently lied to his mother and said that he had already been granted a reduction in his sentence. He already said they already gave me a 5-1-K letter. are we getting it? I got it. I'm all right. It's already dumb. He basically said, yeah,
Starting point is 02:11:27 I told my mother that I was just trying to give her hope. And Didi's lawyer basically just on some shit where he was just like, oh, you lied. You lied to your mom. You lied to your own mother. And he was like, of course, I didn't want her to worry. He said, you lie when you have a reason. He said, no. They said a reason is a life sentence. He said, that's not a reason to lie. He said the truth is the truth. And it ended there. Now, David Lindsay's lawyer asked him a few questions. It was basically just straight yes or no questions. It was just like, he said, You never saw Lindsay before this. Yes, you have no idea who he was. You don't know that he was offered anything. Basically, it was just yes and no questions. And I'm not going to lie. He actually did a good job for Lindsay.
Starting point is 02:12:00 I've talked a little bit of smack about him before. Maybe not having the best moments in court. But as far as looking out for his man, he asked the good questions. And then after that, Voni was asked a few more questions by the prosecution. And then he got off the stand. There wasn't really much. The prosecutors just kind of made him recap everything, basically just explaining everything that we already knew. and basically made it clear that, you know, he was lying when he told the feds at first that he had gone to this fancy resort. Drew Findlaying was talking about, you went to this fancy resort to celebrate that you had done the murder. He said that was a lie. And basically the feds slapped back at that too. They said, oh, you know, they tried to say you went to this resort, right?
Starting point is 02:12:35 Well, here's the receipt from Verizon. You were at Verizon and Woodland Hills buying a burner phone. He wasn't at no resort. And he was like, yep. And that was it. He got off, man. I'm not going to lie. Vonny, he went crazy with it.
Starting point is 02:12:45 He actually went crazy with it. And I don't think Drew even wanted that round two. So it's official, OTF Vonny's testimony is over, he is off the stand and I'm not gonna lie to you. I was a little bit disappointed. Didi's lawyer was still on the stand. He was doing. Okay. Holy shit. I didn't know there was this much stuff like still there. Okay. We're now hearing a bunch of, they're not really wiretapped conversations. It sounds like a wiretapped conversation, but really it sounds like voice notes in OTF group chats that are quite, quite damning. Okay. we're hearing from THF Bezhu. We're hearing from Booney Mo on a jail call.
Starting point is 02:13:47 This stuff is pretty bad and I'll be honest with you guys. Look, THF Bezhu ain't here to answer for it. Boone Mo, he's still locked up on some other stuff. I'm just surprised that Boone Mo is not officially on this case. But anyway, what happened? That whole conversation where Dirk had said, delete the ICloud messages, delete this chat, start a new chat. Well, what was interesting is we got a little more context
Starting point is 02:14:08 of what that conversation was all about. And that was the same conversation where they said, jam is ready to snitch blood clear as day. So apparently that all started when THF Bezhu had basically sent a voice note into the group chat, basically saying that a dude came, they grabbed Shorty, they arrested somebody. I couldn't quite hear it. I don't know if they said the little N word cam or something like that. I didn't hear his full name. Someone said he from your from your block. They were like, no, he from MTV, which is obviously another set in Chicago. But they basically said in these voice notes were being shared across. So Baisi were talking
Starting point is 02:14:36 about it saying they grabbed him and the cops were asking about blood, which is delir. sorry, which is Dirk, right? And basically from there, they basically said, yeah, they asked what's up with blood, and then somebody went on to say, look, Jam was at the crib. He knew that they, he knew they had the ARP in the crib, three, four glocks.
Starting point is 02:14:54 They're basically thinking that Jam sent them to their own slot, which is a crib. So basically, they were discussing that they thought Jam had kind of informed on this raid. And I think we'd heard previously, it might have actually been a raid at THF Basie's house. Now, what was crazy is Dirk responded, and he sound panicked.
Starting point is 02:15:09 In that group chat, said what who asked what's to us and then Dirk was like police apparently Zhu responded and basically they said it was the ATF and the FBI agent that was telling us this information confirmed you know the ATF is a federal agency so obviously that apparently was the same conversation where Dirk's like right we need to start a new we need to start a new message thread delete this somebody else tapped in basically saying you need to make sure that you delete your iCloud history but in addition to that okay we ended up hearing a pretty
Starting point is 02:15:37 spicy voice one not a voice note but a recorded jail conversation with Boone Mo. Now, this is crazy. This was five days after the murder of Lil Pab and somebody called Booney Mo on a jail phone and they said, blah, what's up? Blah, blah, blah. And they said, what you've been up to, but basically is what they were saying. And he said, Booney Moe said, putting this shit together smoking on this Lil Pab. And the guy laughed. He's like, ha ha, he said, yeah, I'm smoking Little Pab right now. So that was pretty crazy. When you consider the context that Boone Yeah, but that means nothing. They all hate Quarando and Lil Pab. That doesn't mean Boney Moe was involved.
Starting point is 02:16:12 That doesn't mean that they killed Boney. I mean, they don't mean Boneymoe was involved. And it doesn't mean that that's proof that they killed L'Pop. They get smoke on dead ops all the time that they didn't kill. I was one of the people making those frantic phone calls when they basically got Cuondo Rondo's location that morning of the 18th of August. And they're saying, if someone's calling him in jail saying, what, what you want? What's up?
Starting point is 02:16:35 What's been going on? He said, I've been putting this shit together smoking on this little pap. That was really, really bad. So those two messages in tandem, THF Beezu and Boone Mo, it painted a pretty damning picture. And I feel like if THF Bezzi was still alive, he might be on this case. Okay. Hard to say, though, because duty low is not on the case. Oh my gosh, it's finally happened, people.
Starting point is 02:16:57 We had the moment that a lot of us have been waiting for. They played the DJ Academics off the record interview with Lil Durk in the court. All right. The FBI know who you are. The FBI identified you in that video, right? They said this would DJ Academics, this academic, this big act, right, he didn't say big act, but the FBI identified. Hang on a lot, I would have cut my stream off.
Starting point is 02:17:17 Oh, yeah, that's Big Act. Oh, that's Big Act. That's Big Act. Chat, niggins shit. Academics identified the podcast, and they said that this was an example of Dirk discussing the slide for Von campaign after the murder. They said that Dirk, basically they said that Dirk, he said, Cuondo got his ass, works.
Starting point is 02:17:34 You know, let's talk about Floyd Mayweather. I think King Vonn. Now, when Dirk said that, if you can go back and watch the interview, he basically says, oh. Okay, let's go play. it by the way we are playing everything since we own the content they're going to play it yeah you might as well get it direct from the source okay to get it direct from the source by the way cheap plug but you know what it is we are donating a portion of our proceeds to the victims or to a
Starting point is 02:17:55 anti-violence initiative go to the academy dot shop is 30% off for all orders uh with the free dirk free dirk coupon code go get something now okay this is going on for the whole week uh listen at least make us look good that i could donate something i'll make it public um maybe i've doubled it or something like that because you know not to look too bad right whatever anyway the point is this the point is this we're going to go to what they supposedly played this is little dirk and academics here we go but we know he'll come back like he's one of the We're going to find the part. All we got to look up is the Floyd Mayweather.
Starting point is 02:18:43 Floyd Mayweather. Let's see if we can find it, y'all. Here we go. Okay, let's go. Like, I don't take that man serious. They're talking about six nine. The man did not do nothing, Vaughn. The man friend.
Starting point is 02:19:08 Oh, no, no, he's talking about YB. He told me YB. He said, YB ain't do nothing to, to, um, Vaughn. Because he'd be, like, I'd be dead serious. And he's, like, the people around me, you know, to me so it's like that's why I said the situation I would like I'd be the one to be like man I'm taking a picture of soldier boy and be funny y'all ha ha ha if I want that type of guy it would have been like then they would have to look his head like you know what I'm
Starting point is 02:19:31 now dergo on some time and he's saying that he was understanding people trolling he took a picture with soldier where soldier was trolling too he said if I wasn't on that type of time everybody everybody around me is worse than me saying all right it's like I don't take that man serious the man did not do none of on The man, friends did. Oh, he's, oh, he's talking about YB. He says he doesn't take YB serious. Let me go back to me asking the question.
Starting point is 02:19:57 It's between young boy and six nine. So that's what I'm saying like, hey, bro. I'm out. I'm going to be outside every day this on. He's about to be outside every day. Nah, smirk was on bad timing, bro. Smirk was on bad timing, bro. You know what thing I learned in this one?
Starting point is 02:20:21 I don't, he don't cause my. man out once. I know we clip that one for Young Boy, where Dirk is texting and says, Young Boy, Knicks with a Slid. We got to clip this for Dirk. Dirk said he was going to be outside the whole
Starting point is 02:20:40 summer and young boy do not put no fear in his heart. Do not. He said he do not come across his mind. So it looked like Dirk was on Belt Patrol. Yeah, I don't
Starting point is 02:20:54 he don't cause my man out once. Well, he's on house arrest. So you got a voice. You screaming at your phone. So I'll just somebody here and do whatever for you. He says somebody here you and could do whatever. Oh, nah, Smirk was on bad timing.
Starting point is 02:21:14 Smirk was like, yo, if that nigga really got a problem, he would have had niggas at me. Oh, shit. That's kind of what he's saying. I'm not trying to instigate. I know they're going to try to be like, actor instigate. That's kind of what he's saying. He's like, yo, if that nigga had a problem with me. Who cares if he's on house arrest? He would have had niggas at me.
Starting point is 02:21:32 And I guess Dirk is trying to say, that's not happening. Holy. There was mad, awkward pauses. Because it's funny because Dirk always has like, you know, you know his eyes pause. But like he has this big ass smile and he's kind of like a jokester. But there was certain times that there was like tension in the room and definitely on the podcast between,
Starting point is 02:21:57 not like we were beefing, but like I could tell. Wasn't a joke no more. He was dead-ass serious. Do you know what I'm saying? Why's your tour going to New Orleans? You're not trolling him, right? You just... I don't lose some money.
Starting point is 02:22:17 I feel like you bought a money, but I feel like you're a troll too, man. Like, you're a gangster troll. No, I'm... You know what I'm... I feel like you know how to pick with people. You're the worst type of person. You see, at least you're a thing like six-nine.
Starting point is 02:22:28 He's like, ah-ha, like he's clearly making fun of you. You... I ain't gonna lie. Like, I'd be dead serious. Like, like, I'm... I'd be dead serious. Like, that's why I try not to, like, to do too much. Because, like, I'd be dead.
Starting point is 02:22:44 I ain't going to lie. Now I'm watching this interview back in post. He was dead serious. Now that, chat, I swear to y'all. And I know, y'all probably like, act, you'd be knowing everything. Nigger, I did not know that Dirk was sending so much sliders, hot cars, hits in the streets, allegedly. I'm not saying he did.
Starting point is 02:23:02 But I ain't know, bro. If you told me that before walking into this. interview would be a different interview. Naga, I had zero clue. Yeah, serious. And it's like, the people around me is even worse to me. So it's like, he said the people around him even worse. God damn.
Starting point is 02:23:22 That's why I said the situation, I was like, I'd be the one to be like, man, I'm taking a picture of the boy, and be funny. If I want that type of guy, it would have been like, then they would have to whip his head. You know what I'm saying? All right.
Starting point is 02:23:35 It's like, I don't take that man serious. The man did not do none of Vaughn. The man friends did. Crown of why I got to ask. Don't ask why there's a jump. But I will say this. This is kind of interesting now that we're here, right? Dirk says, man, I do not take that man seriously.
Starting point is 02:23:57 He told my young boy. He said he did not do nothing to Vaughn. His friends did. There's kind of like this like sense of the way he's talking, basically saying, man, I don't respect these nigginess. who don't put in no work. And I think that's where I think I was always, like, confused with Dirk because I couldn't tell if he was putting in work, too.
Starting point is 02:24:21 But even with this case, even what they're alleged, let's say we believe it. Is it the same thing for Dirk, though? Because, yeah, Dirk might have some shit out on the street, but is he put into work? Because he's kind of saying he don't really fuck with Young Boy, because what do the young boy do? Could that be said of Dirk? Dirk. Like, what the Dirk do? You get what I'm saying? Because he kind of uses that against
Starting point is 02:24:48 Young Boy to say, what the young boy do? Nigger, his friends did that. Can't that be used at Vaughn? Not Vaughan, I mean, um, Dirk by saying, what did Dirk do? Anyway, well, people are there. You didn't get beat up. Huh? Do you get triggered by the? Oh, yeah, I was, uh, I, I forgot how bad Quando got his ass beat, but I'm sorry. Put up Floyd Maywell. I mean, Pull of one. Oh yeah, I'm sipping Titos like it's water. You're right.
Starting point is 02:25:16 Thank you, brother. Think of it 10. Oh, yeah. Well, what, you get triggered by the slide. Beat the shit out of this little ass, man. What are you talking about? You're triggered by the slide for Vaughn comments.
Starting point is 02:25:25 Still. I don't know if people still say. They used to say it, but you also mention a song. They'd be like, they'd be seeing Slive for Vaughn. I think they trolling me. Yo, by the other,
Starting point is 02:25:34 that song is this far. Hang on on. For some reason. I just don't see them comments doing. For some I reason. Yo, shot to Leaf. I think Leif recorded this shit. Yo, great time to zoom it on his face in my face.
Starting point is 02:25:55 Leaf, good. That's my one thing about Leif. I'll be saying, yo, listen, because sometimes he's watching the podcast. Nah, niggas, switch the cameras, nigga. Like, make sure you up close and personal to get those facial expressions. This is a great time.
Starting point is 02:26:09 I don't know. Might be the world. You be in comments a lot? They kind of chilled out a little bit. I wonder why. I think he shots that deep thing. afterwards. We're different in the wreck.
Starting point is 02:26:35 I feel like you're speaking of parables. I'm trying to like decode. I'm gonna lie. I was confused. My nigga, I promise you, if I knew what I knew now in that interview,
Starting point is 02:26:47 be a different interview. Like, I know he was saying some shit, but a little bit I was just like, what the fuck is he saying? Nika, now everything is in context. A little bit,
Starting point is 02:26:59 but it's, we all, no, we are going to do with nothing. I was saying, that's like me just claiming some, I went there. Okay. I feel like you,
Starting point is 02:27:07 you, you was troll right there. I never throw I said I never troll what he got beat up too bad he told me he told my um he got this ass
Starting point is 02:27:18 Kondo poop he yeah yeah we had that right so you're not condoning more violence continuing for what yeah this is crazy
Starting point is 02:27:28 you're not condoning more violence right for what everybody you're telling me about don't matter I know you have I'm trolling generally generally look at my face
Starting point is 02:27:40 I'm sizing them up I'm trying to like like understand. I'm trying to get it, y'all. I even look over to the side because niggas was chuckling under their breath like, yo, he's trolling you. Like, I feel like
Starting point is 02:27:52 I can't tell if you have a good poker face. All right, man. Everybody you is. Everybody, your name, man. It's Alpsil. Well, all right. I get what you said. But you know what somebody's going to say? It, that's cute, whatever you're saying, but
Starting point is 02:28:06 the actual person who killed Von is on Tim, and he's chilling. He's just hanging out. See, that's a great question Big Act is with the best questions Yeah, that's what you're gonna say They wouldn't be like where He says where In Alabama, Albuquerque
Starting point is 02:28:22 Something like that Sobacquerque's crazy Savannah, Savannah Georgia I ain't even say nothing Hey You said you I thought I thought would be outside
Starting point is 02:28:43 Huh? They be outside I don't know Oh shit Nah, Derek was one different time of time So I thought niggas be outside Holy. Now I'm guessing.
Starting point is 02:28:54 Everybody be in the city. Guessing. All right. Let me stop playing this interview. Let me just stop playing this interview, bro. Yo, I haven't going to lie. The more I watch his interview? See, I thought niggas be outside.
Starting point is 02:29:18 Outside is outside. Like, dude, like, damn, fool and pull up. I pulled up with my assistant. I didn't know, man. Like he did there was no guys hang on line I was a little shocked I'm pull up I'm outside like I just don't be less hey we yeah we oh you know of a nigga outside you know I don't know I don't know if that's not I'm gonna be honest it's like I'm out of nothing man all right uh yeah what you remind me to bring me back up when the camera go off he can't tell me nothing
Starting point is 02:29:57 when the camera went off y'all he ain't tell me nothing y'all Now, this interview is like one of the top ten interviews all the time, Chad. Chat, I wish I knew what I knew now when I was interviewing. Quando do shows. Who? Ma'am. What? All right.
Starting point is 02:30:21 Anyway, yo. You're gonna rap. Damnness, 500 people. Huh? What do you talk? You see, he would say something slick. I said, Cuando do shows. Nika, Dirk, know what it is.
Starting point is 02:30:31 Nigger, like, yo. Them niggas is that Cuando show like the bouncer. Nicker. Like, them niggas is there every single. time. I'm like, what's your thought? Wait, hold on. What's your thoughts on Quanto before I get off?
Starting point is 02:30:43 Because, because I, like, you and young boy shit, I thought it was, I thought it was Kwando that was, you know, okay, he got beat up. He got beat up. He did not care of him. He got beat up. Do you hold that animosity against him that Vaughn died? I hold animosity against anybody who ever say something by one since you've been bad, since you've been bad, since you've been.
Starting point is 02:31:03 That was mad honest. I felt that was mad honest. Yeah But you name Everybody who Who have nothing to do Who ain't on shit Man
Starting point is 02:31:14 All right But what do you thoughts About the little Tim Fella? Yeah Um All I can say is That motherfucker
Starting point is 02:31:28 Um Y'all gotta stop playing this I gotta stop playing this Now that I've seen this trial I gotta stop playing this Bro I gotta stop playing this
Starting point is 02:31:40 this no more. No, I can't play no more, bro. No, I can't play this. I can't play this no more. Like, because now I'm looking at it, like, I thought he was like just trolling. Like, I kid you not. I thought like, like, 6'9 is like the funny troll. Like, Dirk, I
Starting point is 02:31:56 thought Dirk was just, I'm a real nigga, I'm trolling. I thought this nigga was trolling. Now when I'm watching it, I'm like, oh, shit. That homeless person was playing that uh, that video.
Starting point is 02:32:12 outside and they count that's a little little that's your more viral it did hey yo you raped on mad match which i like that song by the way you said could have been part of that
Starting point is 02:32:26 rico i called thugger and told him every nigga I shot that was a troll that's a troll okay thank god why would you even say that and play with that i can't watch this don't work Derek i love you brother i hope you be this case I need you to come back
Starting point is 02:32:43 To give me some real street music You and pushaisty You and pushaisty bro I need you guys to come back You know this whole time The whole I promise you The whole time I'm interviewing Smirk I'm thinking like
Starting point is 02:33:03 He also watched me do the war on Shirek So he's kind of like plain On me being sarcastic type of shit Not knowing that He kind of looking at me like Word Who? Cuando He do shows
Starting point is 02:33:18 I'm like What? Of course he do shows. What are you talking about? He's just nodded and keeping it going. I'm like, now I'm admiring my work because I was naive as shit, but I still put up the right questions.
Starting point is 02:33:33 I put up the right questions. The answer just wasn't going to be obvious until right now. He calls King Von Floyd Mayweather and basically says that Kondo got his ass worked. There were Dirk fans in the court sat behind me. They were laughing. They were chuckling. They had to get told to hush down by the courthouse marshals. Now basically, okay, they played that really down.
Starting point is 02:33:51 And I can't imagine what the jury were thinking of this. That clip where Dirk's talking about, they ain't saying Scyph of On no more for some odd reason. I don't know why. Must be starting in the water. We different in the wreck, though. Academics talking about, yeah, they chilled out with that Scyph of on stuff. You're like, I wonder why. That was pretty damning.
Starting point is 02:34:08 I'm not going to lie. That was, I don't know, the jury that don't have no context, that ain't seen none of this stuff before. They were probably thinking, damn, like, you was talking hot on that interview. If you watch that clip, I think academics even edited it specifically. trying to throw you under the bus act, but like, I feel like the way academics edited that interview for like dramatic effect, like the long ass pause, like academics don't react. Academics ain't like, what the heck? Academics is just like, oh, no, no, no, no, there was mad times that, you know, like,
Starting point is 02:34:37 as an interviewer, people say this about me a lot. I over-talk people, because I'm used to doing broadcast solo. So I always, anytime there's dead air, I jump in. But when the fans, yeah, I know y'all do, when I put up off-the-record clips, I'd be like, act, let that nigga explain. So he would say stuff and I would be a little bit confused and thinking, okay, there's more to it. And it was just sit there and I was kind of like looking at him. I was like, it was just, it was a different vibe.
Starting point is 02:35:07 So there's a lot of like awkward silence where I'm expecting him to say too much. But he would just say it and just kind of like, hang on a lot. He just looks down like he really talking to a serial killer. It was looking like when King Von did that interview in the K.I documentary about K. Everybody knows he killed K. It's like one of those moments. All right now act don't bring attention to it but the way it's edited you see these long pauses like the camera cuts to ac and he's like That it's not even it's not even it's not even bro I'm telling you that's how it I swear
Starting point is 02:35:40 I did not edit it like now someone like you know how funny Marco do shit where you know they'll do that type of shit where there's awkward pauses I promise you that's exactly because he would say something and I didn't get what he was saying like I literally didn't get like even when he said yo he said you seen them comments recently and I'm like not really they chilled out and he takes a sip and he's like must be something in the water we different in Iraq and now I'm my
Starting point is 02:36:16 I get what he's kind of trying to say but my brain is being racked by saying you're not a good interview if you don't like follow up question but I don't know what the fuck to ask Nick I didn't know there was no sliding done I never knew at that point when I asked him a question, I didn't know about no little pop shit. You know, you know what I'm saying? Like, I'm not thinking that's, I'm not connecting that, even though it's I'm not connecting that. But you realize nobody connected, at least me. Maybe, like, you know,
Starting point is 02:36:41 obviously, I just need a dust up on my Sharaic psychology degree. You know, I got one. But I didn't blame OTF and them for a Beverly Hills murder of Lil Pop. I did not. The first time I started started connecting it was, was these niggas on no jumper. And I was like, what? And he cut to duck, he's like, it was like a slightly comical the way that it was edited. That's all well and good when you drop in a viral video, but when you're actually in court and the FBI agent talking about, yeah, that's DJ Academics channel. No, that is not edited.
Starting point is 02:37:18 There was awkward silence all over that bitch. There was awkward silences all over that bitch. Because I would feel like he's hinting towards something, but I would literally be the police if I asked him what I'm actually thinking. So I'm kind of like, let me just kind of chill. Let me think about it. Let him kind of continue. But he would only say so much.
Starting point is 02:37:43 He would only say so much. So there's a lot of awkward silences. It's not edit. That's exactly what it was. That interview, like respectfully, we took out like three parts or three or four parts that Dirk wanted out. Like nothing got edited, nothing. Nothing on outside. And after that, he said, we different in Iraq.
Starting point is 02:38:03 That's what Dirk said. And the FBI agent said, yeah, Shirek, that's Chicago. That's a reference to the war and the violence in Chicago being as bad as Iraq in the mid to late 2000s. Okay. That was a pretty rough one. I'm not going to lie to you. But listen, shout to act, all right? And to be fair, I saw, I've seen this interview clip so much.
Starting point is 02:38:21 So I need to look at the screen. I stared, not stared in a, I don't know, however you want to take it. But I looked over at Dirk while he was, you know, reacting to that. and I will say, Dirk kind of dropped his head down, he yawned a little bit. He looked unbothered. He didn't look bothered. He didn't look stressed. He didn't look pissed off.
Starting point is 02:38:36 He didn't like he was getting told on. He looked pretty unbothered like this was just some nonsense. He brushed that off. So to be fair, I don't think Lil Dirk was thinking, oh, Ack, line me up. Act calls me a problem. I think Lil Dirk was actually just thinking, bro, this some nonsense. He looked bored. He was yawning.
Starting point is 02:38:49 He's thinking, bro, let's keep it moving. So I don't think he was bothered. I don't think you feel in no type of way about Act, but they played it. And it is what it is, man. Oh my gosh. It's finally happened, people. Chat, am I the feds? I'm not the fairs, right?
Starting point is 02:39:06 Hell no, I ain't no fears. Now, do you guys remember when Dirk famously wrapped those lyrics? Delete my iCloud if I think they're really on me, though. Well, apparently deleting your iCloud doesn't actually help. There were messages that couldn't be recovered. Apparently, Dirk had moved smart in some ways because he had deleted ICloud messages. There were, you know, burner phones that couldn't be traced back to him. Apparently the feds had contacted Verizon and other cell carriers,
Starting point is 02:39:29 and it was so long from the murder that they couldn't get the cell, you know, the cellular site records or any of the location records or a lot of the old stuff that was over a year old from those phones. So in some ways Dirk had moved smart. We saw this group chat where he had basically said, you know, delete the conversation, delete the ICloud backups, delete all of that stuff. But it turned out that none of that mattered. You know why? Because every time Dirk got a new number and a new burner phone,
Starting point is 02:39:53 he took it home and he connected it to his home Wi-Fi. The same home Wi-Fi that Voni's phone was connected to, that same wife oh that Wi-Fi is going to store a Mac it's it's a it's a it's a number um so the Mac ID of a phone it's unique the Mac ID of any device that could connect to the internet it's a physical address so you have IP address that's an internet address you know IP sensor internet protocol you have a Mac address so when you connect to the internet there is a physically assigned not physically basically virtually or digitally assigned IP address from a router or from networking devices,
Starting point is 02:40:35 whether a switch router hub. And then that could change. You could go into a router and change that. You could put it to some static stuff. Most people connect. There's some dynamic stuff. But when it comes to identifying what devices on the network, there is Mac IDs that each network device is going to have a unique one.
Starting point is 02:40:58 that's not replicable. And I guess what they're saying is they snatched this router to be able to tell the Mac ID of all the phones he's ever had that connected to that router. Oh, so that's how they found the new phones. So they ran through the list of Mac IDs. They probably took all the phones that they got or all the phones that, you know, when they ran, you know, whatever. And they got the Mac IDs.
Starting point is 02:41:25 They'd be like, oh, that came from Dirk's house. That came from Dirk's house. Oh, wow. This is crazy. If I IP address was identified by the feds, it connected to Dirk's numerous ICloud accounts that were put on his different phones. He got a burner phone three days after the murder that he basically connected to an an I cloud, a new I cloud account, got a new account, new account, new phone, new number,
Starting point is 02:41:44 connect to the same old Wi-Fi router in his house that connected to the IP. And Voni had connected to that same router a few days before to book the Uber to go from Dirk's house to go back and pick up the cars that we used in the murder. that was pretty bad. So everybody thinking that you outsmart in affairs, you delete in your iCloud, you deleting your messages, you on burner phones, that's cool. Some of that stuff works. The FaceTime audio calls between the cars, they couldn't get none of that, right? That was smart. But you connect to your home Wi-Fi router with those same burner phones you're cooked. They got your home, they got your address, they got the IP, they got where you're staying,
Starting point is 02:42:19 they got absolutely everything. And that was really, really damning. I wonder if Dirk even had any kind of appreciation that even though he probably thought he was moving smart in some ways and he was he managed to conceal a lot of his alleged involvement in this incident by changing up the phones doing all of that stuff but when the fed got up on the stand and said yeah he was connected to the IP address at his crib it was his same Wi-Fi router they said that ain't no there was no Wi-Fi connections going on when they flew out to Miami it's not like oh you got someone else's Wi-Fi that's the neighbor's Wi-Fi that's some other shit oh that's they said you are went to Miami and ain't connect
Starting point is 02:42:52 and you came back you're connected to the Wi-Fi routers again on them phones man that was pretty damning I'm not going to lie to you that one was a bad look. So they're kind of just showing by the way this is the FBI agent of there. Vonny's gone. They're just assuring that when Dirk was switching phones supposedly in their opinion try to evade law enforcement detection, they were still able to track and trace what new phones he was getting because he was connecting back to the same place that they know he was staying at. So they found the new phone. They dissent third. Okay. Delete my eye Cloud if they on me do.
Starting point is 02:43:38 Okay, here we go. Here we go. All right. Look like we got, look like we got Citi Nash in the building. Ceddy Nash in the building. Okay. This is Brian Phelan.
Starting point is 02:43:50 Look like, not Brian, Drew Finland. Look like Drew Finland. Look like Drew Finland, like popped out. And Drew Finland looked like he entertained the crowd for a second. I'm actually shocked. I'm actually shocked.
Starting point is 02:44:06 Okay. here we go Drew filling outside I will tell you I will tell you I this crime doesn't pay y'all just let me give you out the warning and disclaimer
Starting point is 02:44:31 shout to Drew Drew's an amazing lawyer one of the best there is but I do want to tell you all this at the end of the day, when you boil down this beef, whether you want to say it's Little Dirk and King Vonn, whether you want to say it's King Vonn and Cuando, at the top level of both of those organizations, we had Lil Dirk and NBA Young Boy, okay? NBA Young Boy was just facing over 20 years in prison for weapons violation and also a scheme of defrauding pharmacists for fake prescriptions. He hired Drew Finland to get out of that case.
Starting point is 02:45:10 He got a global plea. And now we see not only did he get a pardon after by Trump, he did get a global plea that resolved all the situations. He served about like 12 months in jail. We saw Drew Finland handle that. The reason why I'm saying crime don't pay is because, end of the day, y'all both going to get the same great attorney. Little Dirk gets charged murder for hire.
Starting point is 02:45:38 It's in California. Their mountain charges and charges he's facing life in prison. All that shit about, put it like this. If you think if young boy and Dirk was free, they would fuck with the same people. There was a lot of choosing and picking aside. According to, you know, according to people who have. fuck with young boy, Dirk did that a lot.
Starting point is 02:46:03 You know, if you fuck with young boy, I ain't fucking with you. Apparently a lot of artists in Atlanta picked. That's why a lot of artists in Atlanta, they stopped fucking with young boy. You get what I'm saying? So the artists in the industry
Starting point is 02:46:16 picked aside. You know who didn't pick aside? Drew Finlay. He went over to young boy. He got the check. He got young boy cleared of what he had to get him. Dirk is in trouble now. He's over to Dirk.
Starting point is 02:46:30 He's getting a check, and he's trying to get Dirk out of a situation as well. I tell you how crime don't pay because at the end of the day, the person you're going to be paying will represent you and your op. Same time, same event, it doesn't matter. The only person getting paid here is the goddamn lawyers. Okay? So why y'all telling rappers to pick aside, fans to pick aside, media members to pick aside,
Starting point is 02:46:57 I bet you I don't walk in Drew Finland's office and say, Man, you represented my op. I don't fuck with you. You know what you say? You're the best in the land. Please get me out of this. Crime don't pay y'all. on the street. Tell them, tell him, he can't say that. He can't say that. He can't say that. He can't say that. Well, all I'm going to say is he can't do no talking.
Starting point is 02:47:46 But we're thinking that's in the courtroom. Yes, God. Free dirt. Free dirt. Yes, God. Free dirt, y'all. That's my manager. SETY, SETI, any comments?
Starting point is 02:48:00 No, that's my answer. SETI. SETI. SETI. SETI. You know? What do he do? You got anybody over the man.
Starting point is 02:48:10 You did. I mean, she had her technical. We love you. We know you. Let's give Miranda for floor. You have to shake your hands on. What? Still.
Starting point is 02:48:30 Go up in Congress. He said he nats. He did this. He did this time, man. It's called Drew June. He can't. You know. No talking.
Starting point is 02:48:41 We do no talking. We smack. This is why, you know, again, we figuring this shit out later. Nika, I did the interview. I didn't even figure this shit out. Y'all want to know what? I just figured this out two seconds ago. And I told you, I checked my DMs.
Starting point is 02:48:57 I look at my phone. I'm checking my DMs, my request. I might not respond to you. I check every DM. If you got something to say to me and you claim you can't get to me, that's because you ain't even try. I just, niggas just DM me this right now. I even shout out his name out because he actually got something.
Starting point is 02:49:12 Shout to my boy Jared. He's watching the stream clearly because he just sent me the shit. Shout to Jared. I've seen your shit. Look. He just sent me this shit right here, chat. He just sent me this shit. Look at this.
Starting point is 02:49:24 Look. When, like, I'm like, you're not condoning more violence continuing. For what? Everybody you're telling me about don't matter. Here we go. Here we go.
Starting point is 02:49:36 You're talking about. Do you get triggered by the- Pull-up Floyd Maywell. I mean, pull a one. Oh, yeah. You get triggered by the slide. Beat the shit out of his little ass, man. You get triggered by the slide from Vaughn comments.
Starting point is 02:49:50 Still. I don't know if people still say. Now, I didn't know. This is how you know, again, you know, I'm just giving context here. But this is how you know Dirk saw everything. I'm not saying Dirk was obsessed, but you could tell Dirk didn't let nothing miss. And that's why I told you, in an interview,
Starting point is 02:50:09 mad shit went over my head. A nigga just pointed this out to me. Nick, I did this interview three. years ago and this one over my head somebody just pointed out to me two seconds ago listen this you should say but you also mentioned a song they'd be like they be seeing slavvon i think they trolling me yeah by the way that song is firing on a lot for some reason i just don't see no comments no listen to this for some odd reason i don't know might be the order chat some niggas just sent this to me chat dirk was on if you told my dirk wasn't on shit
Starting point is 02:50:49 chat look at this look I want to I wanted to ask him a question okay so Tim I do want to ask you
Starting point is 02:51:02 what does water been open no it has no it's new water it's cool I just chat I think they trolled me
Starting point is 02:51:45 yeah by the episode this is fire ain't gonna lie for some reason I just don't see what I'm just don't know for some odd reason I don't know I don't know
Starting point is 02:51:59 might be the water. He just don't play about stuff like that. Take somebody trying to get at me. He said something real. You about to ask. He says it. He says, stuff with this water.
Starting point is 02:52:16 He's like, I don't play about shit like that in case somebody trying to get at me. I wanted to ask Tim. Let me get a question. Okay. So, Tim, I do want to ask you, what does. There's water been open. No, it has. No, it's, throw me what?
Starting point is 02:52:28 No, that's new water. It's cool. I just don't play about stuff like that. Take somebody trying to try to get it. Dirk's seen everything, bro. Dirksey. I never understood that comment. He said, might be something in the water.
Starting point is 02:52:59 I never understood that till just now. Thank you for the nigga who DM me. I never understood that comment till just now, nigga. For some odd reason. I don't know. Might be the water. You said something real. You about to ask yourself?
Starting point is 02:53:15 I want us to ask Tim a question. Okay. So, Tim, I do want to ask you what does... This water been open. No, it has it. No, it's new water. It's cool. I just don't play about stuff like that.
Starting point is 02:53:29 Take somebody's trying to get at me. For some odd reason. I don't know. Might be the order. Turk, you got it, bro. Turk got it. Turk got it, bro. Dirk got it, dog.
Starting point is 02:53:49 Dirk got it, bro. Smirk got it, bro. He got it, bro. He got it, dog. He got it, bro. All right. Let's get into the city Nash. So let's talk about my Michael Joy, man.
Starting point is 02:54:01 My go to this lawyer and shit, Drew Finland, man. There were a couple of complaints about Drew and certain aspects of what he was doing and everything. Well, there's a twofold. What Drew was doing was called a bait and hook. See, he was allowed an OTF, Vani, to sit up here and act like the mastermind. And he knows this and he knows that. Now, Drew did lose his footing. But the reason Drew lost some of his footing is because they literally repressed,
Starting point is 02:54:27 his exhibits. So Drew's exhibits were repressed, meaning some of the numbers, some of the things were all off and that's why that had happened. It just had happened that morning. By the way, thank y'all for DM and me chat. I check, when I look at my phone, I'm not texting no bitches. My roster is clean right now. I cut all my holes off just for the trial. Don't you worry, okay? So when I'm looking at this, I'm looking at my inbox, my message request. So y'all always, I know y'all type in here, but I look for like, if you got sending clips, some exclusive info and by the way Alby even though you hit me on a fucking fake
Starting point is 02:55:00 page now I'm about to play that next I appreciate you you know when you're trying to get sharp is a goddamn blade that's just what it is so when people are saying oh well Drew wasn't doing this Drew wasn't doing that it's because his exhibits had actually got messed up so some pages were where they were supposed to be or some pages were where they weren't supposed to be
Starting point is 02:55:18 that's yesterday because essentially stuff got double pressed meaning some shit was added some shit wasn't some things out of order certain things weren't but you know all and all he's still recovered he still did what he did but what drew did at the end was basically make it look like and make it be what exactly it is what vani was said vani basically is making a mockery of the whole entire court system so there were like why is drew saying this why is you saying that why is he talking about the established
Starting point is 02:55:48 this and the established this and the sanctity of the court and all the shit it's like this If I come into a place and I say, this guy is a nice guy, he's intelligent, she's a nice woman, she's intelligent, and the head person is a great person, and this building is supposed to be pristine. And you come in there, and you're talking a whole bunch of shit behind everybody's back. But then you say, no, no, he is a nice guy, she's a nice guy, and this person is pristine, and this building is great. And then I play that you actually don't feel that way. You don't think that we don't know that you're making a mockery of this shit. And that was the brilliance of Drew Phel and the billion dollar lawyer because he allowed Vani to show his true self. Yeah, his strategy is really unique.
Starting point is 02:56:29 I like it, though. It's like when people say you stick to the basics and boxing and somebody is boxing and they throw a punch. Yeah, they keep on throwing a punch, but eventually the fundamentals keep on going or they go out the window. You become something that you once were, and that's what Drew was able to do. It was to show that Vani is an arrogant asshole and a prick. And Vani is a mastermind. Vani mastermind of blackshare is shooting. Vani mastermind this shit.
Starting point is 02:56:56 And it seems like Vani put all this shit together. Whether you want to believe that or not, that's up to you. But I'm just giving you my view. So let's talk about my Michael Joy, man. Okay. See, there's a juror that might be going home because they ask this. Now, before I get to that, I did see some update on that. A juror asked the judge, when is this shit going to wrap?
Starting point is 02:57:20 up like niggas you can tell these people are not as fascinated as we are they're thinking about the holiday time they they do not want to be just in court continually apparently let me see if i could find it there is a juror who is asked when will this goddamn case wrap up and and the judge has tried to you know uh um answer to them by saying hey listen Here we go. Where's the thing about the juror? Okay. All right, yeah.
Starting point is 02:57:58 So a juror said something, and then the judge gave an update saying hoping the trial could end next week, early next week. Keep in mind, I don't agree with that at all. I think it's going to be pushing Friday. I don't know if this is an open and shut case for the jury. You know, I've seen Charleston White says that he will put up money that this deliberation won't take more than.
Starting point is 02:58:20 and 72 hours, meaning it won't be more than three days of deliberation. I think that's a really safe bet. However, for this to, let's say, let's say it's going to take 48 hours or two days. This thing would have had to have been at closing statements, closing arguments by Wednesday. And do we think that? I don't know. Remember, Monday's a holiday. Nobody's coming in on Monday.
Starting point is 02:58:46 So Tuesday, now there's, remember, the government calls. claim they have one more or two more witnesses, right? So they have an FBI agent up there now. They have one more or two more. It looks like they're going to finish with that today. So honestly, it appears that the government might rest their case today. You get what I'm saying? They did say Tuesday or Wednesday. It appears that they're going to say today, even though apparently there's some more people and it was allegedly assumed that they was going to continue for the rest of the week. Okay. So they were going to continue until tomorrow to, you know, make sure their case is good. Dirk says he has 12 witnesses. All witnesses does not seem, they're going to be
Starting point is 02:59:23 character witnesses, probably not really star witnesses, because why would a defense need that? You would just provide that statement at the beginning of the trial to try to get this whole thing thrown out that you don't got to go through a trial. So it's going to be some people who are going to give alternate explanations, I would imagine. So we're talking about maybe Friday. So Friday, Dirk might start his case. If he starts his case, then maybe he wraps it on that Tuesday. The Wednesday is going to be jury instructions along with maybe deliberation. And if they don't deliberate for more than two days, we'll get a verdict by next Friday.
Starting point is 03:00:02 Right. So we'll see. We'll see. But that was happening. All right, man, day eight, even though everybody's calling it day 10, I think it's day eight. But, hey, if you call day 10, you call day 10, I call day. Good morning, good morning, good morning. So yesterday we had a crazy, crazy thing happened.
Starting point is 03:00:20 And what ends up happening is one of the jurors, they actually are talking to one of the, we'll just call them one of the building cops here. And they asked them, what's the craziest thing that happened since this has been going on? And the guy basically, let's be known. I had to kick out three people. Now, the judge has not talked to that individual just yet. So this is some breaking news. How do I know that this is true?
Starting point is 03:00:46 and what I'm saying is true is because SETI Nash reads the transcripts. You go to SETI Nash YouTube. Check me out. I read the transcripts for y'all. I do the voiceovers, all of this stuff. So you don't have to. But that ends up happening, and they have a question about all that stuff. Okay.
Starting point is 03:01:00 By the way, I'm in the DMs. So everybody got their own leads, their own exclusive info. That's why I love y'all, though. This is our chat, naga, conglomerate. I appreciate y'all nonetheless. I'm going to give you a shout of my boy, S.G. Brax. And we're going to get back to Sedi Nash in a second.
Starting point is 03:01:14 And chat, here's this guy's, here's this theory. This will represent theories here. We're covering this case. We're covering everything. We're covering facts. But if we're going to say a theory, we're going to just mention it's a theory. This is a theory. You guys got to say sounds like facts or sounds like cap.
Starting point is 03:01:29 So this guy says, act, I know why future or no, YB, YB is mad at future. Okay? Okay. He says, Ak, I know why YB is mad at future. and I'm going to play I'm going to put up his proof he sent it to me in DMs he sent it to me in DMs so I put up three clips they're all on our stream page let me know if this is sound like facts so they said this is why YB's mad at future they said first of all
Starting point is 03:02:38 so Dirk had this rap check this out not kill out your shoe. Okay. Now, he claims a person who mess up to shoe. Here again. The money aren't not killed out your shoes.
Starting point is 03:02:52 That money aren't getting your dirty. You're not out of shoes. Okay. Now, he claims the person who messes me. He says this was a reference to this. This is
Starting point is 03:03:06 the car that Quanto was in, that Pop got killed in. He said, you're going to look to the left. there's two pair of shoes just sitting there. Quote, the money on, get your done, yon, knocked out your shoes. And these are the shoes he's talking about. And then the last thing why he's saying that he's mad at Future is because the song that
Starting point is 03:03:31 Dirk says that on, he says, costs a lot of money on to get you done on and knocked out your shoes. Future is on the song. is he reaching or he's spitting facts reach or facts reach or facts this guy came with a theory I'm putting his theory out there he has the video of
Starting point is 03:03:58 of Dirk talking about somebody getting knocked out of their shoes okay he got the picture of the escalade somebody's shoes is just sitting here okay and then it was wrapped about saying cost a lot of money on to get you done yon and knocked out your shoes
Starting point is 03:04:19 but future is on it now i think i will admit that this is definitely a sneakness i don't know if this is um why he why young boy would be mad at future though like because maybe this song was old as hell why would he just randomly this future now for this old ass song i'm seeing a lot of people It's a lot of shit, huh? All right. All right. We're just put everything out there, y'all. My bad.
Starting point is 03:04:57 Hold on. All right, man. Day 8, even though everybody's calling it Day 10, I think it's day 8. But, hey, if you call day 10, you call day 10, I call it day. Good morning, good morning, good morning. So yesterday we had a crazy, crazy thing happen. And what ends up happening is one of the jurors, they actually are talking to one of the,
Starting point is 03:05:18 we'll just call them one of the building cops. here and they asked them what's the craziest thing that happened since this has been going on and the guy basically let's be known i had to kick out three people now the judge has not talked to that individual just yet so this is some breaking news how do i know that this is true and what i'm saying it's true is because setting as reads the transcripts you go to study nash youtube check me out i read the transcripts for y'all i do the voiceovers all of this stuff so you don't have to but that ends up happening and they have a question about all that stuff and we'll see how that goes.
Starting point is 03:05:51 Hopefully that doesn't essentially change up anything. It doesn't mess up anything, but we just don't know right now, man. But breaking news with that one, man, is a juror might be going home because they inquired about how crazy this stuff has been and all of this shit. And also, I'm going to just be honest about it.
Starting point is 03:06:10 This shit is going to happen, man. Unfortunately, however anybody want to see it, it's going to happen that way. It's going to happen that way. They put in a motion today, and we'll get to that motion in just a moment. All right. Okay. Let's keep it going. By the way, I do see that Taylor has an update. We're going to go to that. Don't worry.
Starting point is 03:06:25 So we get started with the day with Vani basically getting off of this stuff, man. He ends his day. But we got to get to Harbaugh. Hardball basically puts out the jail calls and basically saying that a whole lot of shit going on, bro. That he participated in the little pie murder and all this. And one thing that stood out to me the most is it's always a switch involved. when Vani is involved. And I wish you would have hammered that home, but I ain't going to lie. Vani was a stupid goddamn witness.
Starting point is 03:06:58 He started. Well, if he tried to hammer that home, I don't know if the prosecutors would be keen enough to realize. It's a Chicago thing. Chicago niggas love switches. Philly niggas love switches too. So that's not a Vani thing.
Starting point is 03:07:10 You're talking about a bunch of Chicago niggas and we're in the age of switches. They love switches out in Chicago. Okay? You literally hear Dirk rap about it. Buka put that switch on football. me, Brodsky. So that's not a, I think Sedi Nash is hinting towards, oh, that's a Vonny special with the switches. I think that's a shot rack special, okay?
Starting point is 03:07:32 Started on strong, bro. He started off when he was with the government and he was running their players and running all that, man, cool, but we got them to admit, bro. They was debriefing him. God damn. By the way, here's the update. We're going to play what Taylor got to say in a second, but I got the full update. This was what I was talking about with the juror. This is what Taylor says. It says the jury in the trial seems to begin restless. Before court began today, he read a note written by the clerk that said the jurors ask about the trial date again, with again underlined. The judge estimated to the court that the jury will likely be able to begin the jury will likely be able to begin deliberations on Tuesday or Wednesday of next week.
Starting point is 03:08:14 He said he will have a clear idea at the end of the day tomorrow. The judge then noted jurors were joking outside the hallway, saying they had to be in a better mood now that they have an estimated date of when both sides will rest. Hmm. Okay. Okay. Two weekends in a row before he got his ass here for six hours, for five hours. So that right there lets me know that if buddy was as sharp as he's supposed to be, then he would have been sharper than that. You wouldn't need to be debrief. They admonishing him talking about you talking too crazy on the phones. He say that he got a 5K1 downward departure.
Starting point is 03:08:52 If you don't know the 5K1 downward departures, once you get your shit sentenced, you can get your shit knocked down with your lawyer arguing that, but you got to be sentenced. He was supposed to be sittens way to hell in January, but that never even happened. So hardball was just pressing a hard line with him basically on some shit like, man, listen, you the one who got the cars, you the one who got the guns, you the one who got the money,
Starting point is 03:09:15 you don't want always doing the tagging. All shit. You don't want, you don't want, you don't want. And what he was... By the way, chat, I'm reaching out to, I'm Bradford Cohen. I know this case is going really fast. We haven't gotten him on here. We haven't had an attorney on here.
Starting point is 03:09:28 I'm going to ask him. He's my buddy. Got to get more discussion about this dirt case. It's moving pretty quick. Looks like we're almost in the end game. Okay. Okay. Brian's my guy. I should have texted him. I mess this boy on Instagram though. Why don't have to text him? That's my guy. Oh, fuck.
Starting point is 03:10:09 So we get started with the day with Vani basically getting off of this stuff. He ends his day. But we got to get to Harbaugh. Hardball basically puts out the jail calls and basically saying that a whole lot of shit going on, brother. that he participated in the little pie murder and all this. And one thing that stood out to me the most is it's always a switch involved when Vani is involved. And I wish he would have hammered that home, bro. But I ain't going to lie. Vani was a stupid goddamn witness.
Starting point is 03:10:42 He started on strong, bro. He started off when he was with the government and he was running their plays and running all that. Man, cool. But we got them to admit, bro. They was debriefing him goddamn two weekends in a row before he got his ass him. for six hours for five hours so that right there lets me know that if buddy was as sharp as he's
Starting point is 03:11:01 supposed to be then he would have been sharper than that you wouldn't need to be debrief they admonishing him talking about you talking too crazy on the phones he say that he got a 5k1 downward departure if you don't know the 5k1 downward departions once you get your shit sitz you can get your shit knocked down with your lawyer arguing that but you got to be sentence he was supposed to be sittens way to hell uh in january but that never even happened so hardball was just pressing a hard line with him basically on some shit like, man, listen. You're not going to get sentenced until you cooperate, because you can't get the 5K1 until you
Starting point is 03:11:33 finish all your duties. You're the one who got the cars. You're the one who got the guns. You're the one who got the money. You're the one always doing the tag and long shit. You're the one, you're the one, you don't want. And what he was doing was he was sitting there basically making sure that people understand.
Starting point is 03:11:50 He's the one. Now, a little pushback on that. All right, he's the one. But what does he do? doing it for and so you had to argue that that king vine factor of brad everybody was pissed off and you was the one who actually did it see that whole entire thread of little dirk saying brad y'all ain't did no shit and everything like that his lawyers should be pointing out bro hey that boy vani was never involved in any of that shit all that shit he was talking about all that nobody did shit
Starting point is 03:12:17 as far as those text messages go you got somebody who just lost somebody that's like his brother pissed off all this shit and everything and he ain't do shit so the dude who wasn't even involved and the text rate is the one sliding, that's going to basically stick in. And hopefully they bring that shit up in closing because the switch, the cars, all of this shit, this is Vodies in mode. You feel what I'm saying? But wait for the part to it. So we get started with the day.
Starting point is 03:12:39 Last part of here. Basically getting off of this. So let's get on with it. Let's get to it. Brown eyes lawyer basically kind of know that brown eyes is fucked. What Brown Eyes lawyer is really doing is trying to make sure the murder for higher part is thrown out as far as brown eyes. because, you know, that's a man, though, that can get you 86th up out of here. If you just do the murder shit, he can kind of figure it out and all that.
Starting point is 03:13:02 I don't know how he's going to wiggle it. I'm thinking he's looking towards arguing maybe shit 40 years, some type of release date or something like that, because if you plead to that murder for hire shit, your ass is sitting here in the feds for the rest of your life. Ain't no coming back. Ain't no pass going. Ain't no none of that. So Brown-Eye's lawyer, he kind of did this shit in his open.
Starting point is 03:13:21 I remember, and he basically said Brown-Eyes wasn't even there. He didn't use his phone. of that shit and I'm just like I will see and then the goddamn video dropped and his ass 100% did that shit so brown eyes lured is 100% arguing brad hey this wasn't no murder for hire murder for hire murder for hire and the fact that he kept on bringing that shit up because it was if I kind of thought vani was going to say like oh no I'm I'm thinking of a payment or some shit like that body never says anything about murder for hire at all so to me if the man who you supposedly had put all this shit together and he got all the money he got all the transactions and all this shit if he's not
Starting point is 03:14:00 saying murder for hire bro i'm gonna be honest it'll look good as far as that charge go but yeah that's what brown eyes lawyer is doing or what uh jim called him CBO shouting so let's get on with it let's get to it brown eyes lawyer basically kind of know that brown eyes is fucked what brown eyes lawyer okay uh we're gonna go to taylor's update taylor taylor taylor got an update and she actually did a video so shout to taylor Shout to Taylor on this. I do have the jury instruction so far, which, by the way, they're going to get updated. I think they're going to talk about it at the end of the day.
Starting point is 03:14:34 But damn, look at Taylor. Tell looking better, better, every day. Hi, I'm Taylor Priest of Los Angeles Magazine, and I am in my office. Welcome. I have left court for the day. I was there all morning up until the lunch break, and I wanted to go over what occurred as far as the final cross of K. Van Grant by Craig Harbo, who is the defense attorney for DeAndre Wilson. or DD. We also saw more text messages today, most of which we've already seen, but some were new,
Starting point is 03:15:03 specifically a list that we'll get into. And then the other thing we saw is some more Uber records, amex card records, things, things again that we've seen before. There was a big objection to this specific FBI agent testifying today because the defense was saying we already went over this, like we don't need this. The prosecution has made their point here. But they, it was ultimately decided that he would be able to testify. And we did get a little bit of new information with that witness. So let's start with the cross of Kvon Grant. We picked up where we left off yesterday with Craig Harbo,
Starting point is 03:15:38 who played another clip of the first meeting with Kvon Grant, or Vonny or Kaz. This is the interview where he is essentially he admitted to lying. But Harbo points out that he was already trying to make a deal in that first meeting. It wasn't, he was already planning to talk, essentially. So I got a few quotes from this interview that was played. He said, it seems like I'm not getting out of custody. Again, this is Grant. He said, it seems like I'm not getting out of custody. I can remember certain things. I can really help. You, we can, how can I help you figure this out? So that's what Grant was saying.
Starting point is 03:16:21 He was like, I can remember certain things. I can help your case. And Harbo, points out, he says, you did not say that you could tell the truth, did you? And Grant, he, again, he had some snark again today, but he had no answer to that. He said, yes. He agreed that he did not tell the prosecution, the, the investigators that he could tell the truth in that first meeting. Then we go over again, he met with attorneys right before, or the prosecution right before he testified on August 29th, approximately five or six hours. He He called it a very lengthy day. And Harbo pointed out that this comment about him saying,
Starting point is 03:17:01 Blood said you're coming with us when he wasn't planning on being involved. That was never brought up before, allegedly, is what Harbo is saying. He said that Wilson only came up during his testimony. There are no notes of him prior to talking about Wilson's involvement in prior interviews. Specifically that Blood said you're coming with us comment, as well as Wilson saying burn the car. Harbo saying he didn't see that in any of the FBI notes or in any of the recorded interviews with Grant. And again, we have one recorded interview with Grant, not all 13, because he likely met with these people for interviews about 13 times.
Starting point is 03:17:39 Then Harbo turns to Georgia, which was my question. He admits Grant admits to being involved in the Georgia attempt on Cuando Rondo's life. But he says he did not plan on being involved in Los Angeles, which I thought was strange. So Harbo points this out. He says, brings up Georgia. He said, you admit that was voluntary. You were a part of this attempt on Guano Rondo. And Grant says, yes, that was all voluntary. And Harbo looks at him and says, just like Los Angeles, right? And Grant quickly says no. Then they go to, oh, then he goes to this comment that Grant said, I don't know if I've mentioned this to you guys before, but Grant had said when he was testifying that he recommended they, they, box in the car, Kondo Ronda's car on the freeway, and light it up. He said, box him in on the freeway, light him up. And Harbo points this out.
Starting point is 03:18:37 He said, you have the idea to light them up on the freeway to shoot up their car, but you didn't want to be involved. And that's when Grant said at this point, I was already involved. So might as well come up with an idea. Then he turns to the testimony that Grant gave that he, at the very end, he said he was not promised anything by anyone about his sentencing. And this is what the defense is trying to point out, is that he has a reason
Starting point is 03:19:03 to testify. He wants a shorter sentence. And he agrees that he wants a shorter sentence, but he said he was not promised anything to testify. And so Harbo pulls out a phone call between him and his mother where Grant says that he already got a reduction in his sentence. And Harbo says, you said that to your mother, right? And he said, yes, because she's worried. And That's when Harbo says, so you lie when you have a reason. And a mandatory sentence is a pretty good reason. And that is where Harbo ends his cross. Then we go to FBI agent Cody Banks.
Starting point is 03:19:44 He has been FBI agent for 21 years since the case opened with the FBI in March of 2023. And he talks about he found evidence that Dirk had deleted messages. We showed our shown text that we've seen before, like when Dirk said, says, I deleted my text. It was today. And that was in an Instagram message to DeAndre Wilson. And DeAndre replied, you deleted it. And then a voice message was played. Oh, sorry, a voice message was played from Dirk. And he said, yeah, I delete my text every day. Then we go to a text thread where Dirk had previously, there's a voicemail played by a guy named Zoo. And he is saying in this voicemail that Jam is talking.
Starting point is 03:20:30 talking. Jam sent the police to someone's house. He said, Jam sent them in there. Jam sent the police. And they're discussing this. And Dirk responds, delete thread and start new one. And then Zoo responds, when you all delete, click on that edit sign and clear all deleted messages to it's the new update so it won't stay on the ICloud. So this is the prosecution's proof that Dirk was actively planning on covering up evidence, deleting things on his phone. And all these text messages we're getting from Dirk are coming from other people's phones because as he said in these messages and as the FBI is confirmed, we don't have Dirk's phone. We don't have access to it. The other thing that was brought up today was the DJ academics interview video. It is the same interview that the defense tried to get a portion of the interview admitted into evidence so they could play it. That was denied. That was said to be hearsay. and the prosecution brought in their own clip from that same interview, and it is when DJ Academics says, asks him, like, oh, you get triggered by these slide for Vaughn comments, don't you? And Dirk says, for some reason, I don't see those comments no more, for some odd reason. And then he asks academics if they've seen those, and if he sees these messages anymore. And DJ Academics is like, they've calmed down a bit, yeah.
Starting point is 03:21:57 And then Dirk, the last line he says before the video ends is, we differ in this rack, which the prosecution had the FBI agent explain. Then we go to Booney Moe. Boone Moe, the FBI agent testified is also important in this case. They looked into what he was saying for this case against Lil Durk. And there's a phone call between Booney Moe and another guy where they're talking about Lil Pop, which is the nickname for Savaya Robinson. And he, Booney Moe is heard saying in this call, smoking on this little pap, shit, I told you, man, I'm smoking, I'm smoking pap right now.
Starting point is 03:22:40 So that, they were laughing, they were joking, and that was a very quick call that was played. And then we have a new message from Dirk, and this is a, that is shown to the court. And this is a list that he sends to his manager, Ola. And there's a few people on this list. And he says in a message, these the MFs that hate, these the MFs I hate and got something against me. And here's the list. Trina, NBA young boy, Kondo Rondo, Puk, the Feds, Buttercup, Alexander Witherspoon. And he just sends that list and then he follows up later and says, and 69.
Starting point is 03:23:20 So that is all the new things we've heard today, as well as the cross. from Kvon Grant. We have a few more witnesses that are going to be testifying today. We also forgot to mention, we did see a video of James Smith. What am I saying? Jason Smith. We saw a video of Jason Smith's house getting raided by the FBI, and they all come in in tactical gears and this armored vehicle that can be, that's bulletproof. And the FBI agent testified that it took him a while to come out. It took him a few minutes, he said, and he said he didn't come out right away. But you watch the video, and it's 6 a.m. It's dark outside. They're telling him to come out over and over, and his son comes out first, and his son is immediately
Starting point is 03:24:08 handcuffed. And then he comes out a bit later, and he has a baby girl in his arms, who his son had already said to the cops, like, or to the FBI agents, that my sister's inside. And he is not handcuffed because he's holding the baby, like keep pulling the baby. And that's all we saw. We just saw that video. And the defense on their cross of this FBI agent was saying, you had 12 to 16 people at a family residence. You had this armored vehicle. You had your guns drawn at this family residence. And the FBI agent said yes. And that is all we heard of that. So that's what happened this morning. We have a few more quick witnesses that are going to be coming this afternoon. but I don't think there's going to be as much there.
Starting point is 03:24:53 The prosecution likely will rest today, tomorrow probably at the latest, and then the defense will have its turn, and I will be present, and I will be sending you guys updates. The judge estimated that the case will likely, the trial will likely be ready for the jury to deliberate on Tuesday or Wednesday of next week, but he said he'll have a clear idea of tomorrow. So once I get that clear date, I will let you know. But yeah, right now we have all of our full breakdowns of the day-to-day trial at laamag.com
Starting point is 03:25:24 and follow LAMag on Twitter or X for more updates as well. Wow. Holy, holy chat. All right. So I think we're getting a good handle of what's going on in court. So I say, Skip Taylor's recap? No, no, no, we got to play everybody. It's all about getting perspective.
Starting point is 03:25:53 It's all about getting people's perspective. We don't get the transcripts to later. So we need everyone. I know you want her to be a little bit more, you know, animated. It's and third. It's okay. We have other people for that. Let me see.
Starting point is 03:26:16 Not Trappler. Ross. The knot might have an update. And then, oh, we have a slight side step here. Oh, here we go. What? Damn. There's like five videos.
Starting point is 03:26:33 Oh, no. Did not date it at the Loddirt trial. Okay, okay, I'm a poised. After this, we're going to look at Dutelo music video, okay? Boy, did not date it. And then y'all let me know we'll do a poll. Should I call 6-9? Mimo been hitting me all day saying, yo, 6-9, see, I couldn't get 100,000 likes.
Starting point is 03:26:52 I think I'm about to get it. Nigger, he owed me 100,000. Should I call 6-9? 6-9 is on Dirk's op list. What's up, it's your boy, did not date today today at the L-Dirt trial. an FBI agent just got out to stand and they basically showed a video of him arresting Jason Smith. For those of you guys who don't remember who Jason Smith is, Jason Smith is one of the authorized users on Dirt's MX card tied to Astronaut Sound LLC. Also, there was a text where
Starting point is 03:27:25 Dirt told Jason Smith not to book anything as far as the flights on August 18, 2020. Don't book any twice connected to him. Jason Smith booked him prior to the text message and then even shortly after the text message. Chat, a little sidestep here. I ain't going to lie, chat. Yo, this is where fruit jams or Achaeology or somebody, you know, cue the music, man. Cue the music, man. You go to King Vaughn's Instagram page chat. You go to the page, just scroll down, man. You know that, you know that song? I don't know why he told by King Vaughn. Yo, whoever's clipping, man. Just put that over here, man.
Starting point is 03:28:14 I don't know why he told, bro. I don't know why he told. You got to go back to the first three pictures Vaughn ever posted, or the first five. Look, this is King Vaughn account. I want you out to see it. This is King Vaughn account, 3.4 million followers. He has passed away. But back when he started his damn Instagram, okay?
Starting point is 03:28:36 This is 2019. He posted a picture. picture of him holding a stack of cash and who is this. Vani Brascoe. Vonny Brasco is in the back and look what his caption says. He says, that's my nigger. That's my heart in the background. He makes sure I'm always raw and shit.
Starting point is 03:28:54 Vani. Oh yeah, bitch. Amiri with the knots. Fuck Dusky and some moh shit. Free Melly. Slat. Chat. When he said, I don't know why he told,
Starting point is 03:29:06 he was talking about Vani Brasco. It's kind of crazy because when he was talking about rats, and you know, you know, Vaughn hate rats. Vaughn hated rats. Vaughn even got a picture or a video where he got 6'9's face as a rat. This is how much he hated rats. Look, look, you about to see it. And he literally said it's not in for 6'9.
Starting point is 03:29:30 This is just for all them rat-ass niggas. You know, Vaughn was a non-rat lover. A non-rat lover. That's why him and Atlanta don't mix. They go together like pretty much oil and water. They don't mix. Atlanta, home with the rats. Von, anti-rats.
Starting point is 03:29:53 We got to keep it a bean. Hold on. Where is it at? He got a pitcher of 69 up here. I'm going to hold you. But he said it's not even for 6'9. He said it's for all of the long-tail rats that's in the game. By the way, this is him and Drew Finland.
Starting point is 03:30:09 ironic drew phillan's trying to defend his guy where is the pitcher at chat where is the picture at where is the picture oh no this is after he died it's after die you can see the memorial stuff let's go back before this is 2020 yeah it's gonna be down here somewhere it's gonna be down here somewhere y'all it's just it's just irony chat it's just the irony this is this is where he got this look you got a picture of six nine like this and he said this shit fucked up niggas telling on the guys i don't even want to drill no more he said this song ain't even about this goofy ass nigger that's in this picture just how a solid niggas view all you rat ass niggas and he had this as the thing yo king vaughan is in heaven right now you know he's with
Starting point is 03:31:11 all the angels and he is looking down at Vani and he's saying, He could have hit him with the script, but he ain't. Say, Vani, you could have hit him with a script. Why you told him that, Vani? Vonny Brascoe. He called you his cousin. He'll mention me in your prayers no more. Why are you lying, Vani?
Starting point is 03:31:50 Man, Von in heaven right now is the worst. Man, Von in heaven right now shaking his head. He thought six now was the worst, but he never knew. The fifth picture he ever posted was him in Vonie Brasco. And that nigger would be telling on the nigger in the fourth picture he ever posted in life, which was him and Smirkio, evil twins. back to back lethal weapon
Starting point is 03:32:22 Jordan 96-97 God damn he said thing one and thing two on King David Nick you know how the fuck we rock and pull up bitch got thing one and thing two we got Vaughan and Smirk
Starting point is 03:32:41 and the next picture he posted the nigga who was going to snitch on Smirk Vonie and he ain't know he said that's my heart man That's my heart in the background Vonny Brascoe, that's my heart You make sure I'm always wrong shit man Vani, oh yeah bitch
Starting point is 03:32:57 Vani the whole time First of all, never trust a man who's sitting that upright With his hands in his pocket, man His true intentions you will not be able to see King Vaughn is in heaven shaking his head As we go from that real quick We're going to get back to the other shit
Starting point is 03:33:14 To some did not updates but chat I know y'all seen this I know y'all seen this chat whole time duty low duty low is doing this big one man he was out there collecting cameos for the music video bro I know it sounds crazy
Starting point is 03:33:39 but duty low was out there collecting cameos for the music video this is the I think this is the free smirk music video check this out bro yo when duty low remember when I was like man this is not a good look and dody low call me and he said yo act this will make smirk happy
Starting point is 03:33:55 Smirk, I haven't talked to you But if this will make you happy Your priorities are fucked up my brother If this is what makes you happy brother Your wife walking out of court She damn in tears Your mom ain't disbelief Your daddy trying to hold her faith
Starting point is 03:34:11 And what will make you happy Is the duty low music video outside that courthouse You got it smirk You got it That's what he said He said act That's what would make my boy Smirk yo happy
Starting point is 03:34:24 I said word So you're telling me Smirkio is happy That the guys and the fans are turning up outside And now we got a music video Let's check it out To real is it fake I don't know how much I can take I put this on my back
Starting point is 03:34:41 I carry this a lot of weight That nigga you call your brother Here get you out the way I sat back for two years I weeded out the fake I don't know who I could trust them Nickers tell them they be lying You can ask smirk I sent the lawyers
Starting point is 03:34:53 285 I get my last I asked smirk, I sent the lawyers 285. Is 250 from the yay money or is it? Oh, duty low. All right. I'm just going to bleed this shit. All right. Did duty low get the yay money and send it over and be like, yeah, I sent that?
Starting point is 03:35:21 No, hold on now. Duty low. Tutileau. When the niggins say sent over 285, did this come from your checking account? Like, yell a beasy? Hold on now Fear and honest
Starting point is 03:35:35 Duty low This song don't sound bad But it's bad timing Nigel Okay The jurors are frustrated They want to go home They want to get this over with
Starting point is 03:35:46 And they look like they might be ready To send your man up the river Dirk was locked up since 24 You could have dropped this song Any fucking day Okay Unless you were dropping a song
Starting point is 03:35:59 Like all my life on my life unless you're doing that, brother, you could have dropped this song and don't sound bad. But you could have dropped this any time. The footage of the courthouse, I get it.
Starting point is 03:36:18 I get it. And I know you said this will make Smirk smile. If this bring some joy to Smirk Heart, seeing this song go up, I'm going to support it. I support the song. If this what Smirk is wishing for right now, I support it. I'm going to put, I support it.
Starting point is 03:36:41 Okay. But I'm going to be honest with y'all. Not a bad song, but I think it's bad timing, man. It's bad timing, man. These jurors are on edge. They're saying they're sick of the case already. If they're sick of the case, you think they don't see what's going on outside. They probably sick at that too.
Starting point is 03:37:02 shout out to duty load oh if he put 285 on the books shit that's more than Kanye that's more than Kanye Kanye put 250 now supposedly drink gonna put a cup of milk it's all good but we got it then get the young thug I seen young thug try to dress it thug wasn't too fond you know and by the way you know I don't know if he was responding to me
Starting point is 03:37:34 thugger you know I don't like that whole ass nigga you'd be with little baby but now I don't got no problems to you You know, being honest. I seen thugs say, nigger, best friends is on the stand, saying he does serious shit, and they're lying. And y'all asking blogs who paid for lawyers, L.O.L.
Starting point is 03:37:56 If I didn't say he was my brother, my lawyer wouldn't have even took the case. I sent Brian to get with him to take the case. Stop making me the bad guy and pray harder for him because I am. I don't know if he's addressed to me, but he could be. I'll respond right back to Thug if he was. Thug, I don't think you're the bad guy. I actually said it when I reported it.
Starting point is 03:38:21 By the way, you know them dick riders up there at the breakfast club. I reported the shit. You hear Lauren La Rosa, Mrs. I do nothing. Okay? I've shamed her into oblivion. She can't even give Big Act the credit no more. She's making up fake sources. Okay?
Starting point is 03:38:40 This wasn't a pressing thing. I did some digging and I brought the story to light and I get it everybody talking about it now it is what it is I went and dug and I said listen so who gave what you know I did some digging because they said Kanye is the realist nigger out here they said Kanye realized and you know people reached out and he seen that his brother was in need and Kanye within five minutes said send quarter million over instantly. And not only that, he said, I'm coming to that trial. That's what they said about, yeah.
Starting point is 03:39:22 So I did the dig it. And I said, all of these guys claimed they're real niggins. I love hearing about this part of the story because I see them all do albums together. They pop bottles together. Let me hear about who's contributed. And that was what they told me. I repeated it.
Starting point is 03:39:42 I didn't, you know, the people who told me, you know me, I'm not coming with no fake info. So that's why I said, I ain't going to drop those source. And my source still ain't, ain't Dirk's team. I know, I know, I know Thug got into it with Dirk's people before. He got into it. I could probably pull up those tweets. That's not my source. You don't act going to get the source.
Starting point is 03:40:05 I'm in the trenches with it. They said, Drake paying for Brian Steele. Brian Steele charged a hefty amount. We know that. Okay. They said Savage blessed it. Okay. I didn't report at the time, but yeah, Swiss and Rite Wave.
Starting point is 03:40:27 But I was more interested than the other guy. I said, I said, what about, what about Le Bebe? I told you out exactly what they said. They said, little baby give the pocket change after he come from the strip club. You know, it's not like niggas begging him for money, but it's like whenever he sends something over, it's five grand here. What five grand are going to do for,
Starting point is 03:40:50 yo, that's an hour and a half of work for Brian Steele. He charged three bands an hour. Here, here's five bands. Keeping it a beam. They said little baby did put some money in. But he's slow poking it. He's like, yo, here's five bands just to get you out of fuck out of my face.
Starting point is 03:41:14 Another time, be like, Like, yo, yeah, Smirk said what up? Da-da-da-da, blah, blah. Oh, yeah, now tell Smirk, what's up? Now, call him, like, put him on the phone. He talks him on the phone. Yo, I'm going to bless you. Here's 10 bans.
Starting point is 03:41:25 Get this thing out of my face. But that's how it is. And I'm not saying these niggas got to do nothing. I'm not saying it. So from what I'm hearing, you know, baby break them off five here, 10 there, five here, 10 there. Who knows?
Starting point is 03:41:40 I'm not even going to say. Maybe he gave 50 bans. I don't know. Maybe he gave 100. But they're just saying, you know, It's like one of those We're like, you know how you give you a business You can't give her the whole shit
Starting point is 03:41:48 You gotta get like You're here $300 You go out fucking around To give her $8,000 You're tweaking You give it $300 You watch how she's spending that shit So that's what they said
Starting point is 03:41:59 My baby So I said what up with the other real This is me asking This is facts I ask these guys What's up with the other real street diggers They said what you mean They said I ain't on line
Starting point is 03:42:12 Not everybody contributing monetarily. I said what you mean? I start naming names. So what about Thug? See, a thug ain't really come through monetarily. That's all they said. That's all they said.
Starting point is 03:42:28 They ain't come through monetarily. Which I understood. So Thug, I don't know if you responded to me. I don't expect you to... Bro, Thug, like, you ain't got to cap it up with these other niggas. That Fulton County shit ran your pockets, my niggily. That's a fact.
Starting point is 03:42:44 I think I know they ran your pockets, nigga. Nigger, I know, nigga, not only you had to get yourself, you got eight kids, whatever you got going on, like in terms of your family,
Starting point is 03:42:54 but, nigger, you got to hold down lawyers for, plus your main lawyers, and, brother, I know they ran your pockets. Despite what Drake mayor gave you, whatever gave you,
Starting point is 03:43:05 they ran your pockets. And also, here's a reality too. You see how Thug was in there talking about anything that WAM say goes? I'm pretty sure Wham wasn't hitting him with those $5,000. I'm pretty sure Wham was like blank check for Thug. You know why?
Starting point is 03:43:19 Because they like butt buddies. That's what it is. So I expect that Thug probably went crazy for, for, um, not Thug, I mean, Wham, went crazy for Thug. But Dirk ain't Thug. And I understand that. So I don't blame. I actually don't blame Thug at all. Thug just went through a lot of shit and I actually agree with him.
Starting point is 03:43:47 Brian Steele, you know, shot to Drew Phil. feeling but Brian still did some heavy work here. Dirk needed that. I don't think, and thug, don't take this as a rapper and get all offended and get your feelings type of shit. I don't think Thug got no $2 million to go throw to no nigga. I don't think you got $500,000 to go throw it at a nigga just on some random shit. You feel what I'm saying?
Starting point is 03:44:09 I'm not saying you only got $500,000. He got that money to be like, yo, niggas, take that shit like you don't give a fuck. Thug still building back. Thug going to have 40, 50,000. 60. Might have it now, but it's just maybe not liquid. But I know they ran his pockets for that goddamn YSelt case. They ran that nigger pockets.
Starting point is 03:44:28 So I don't look at Thug and be like, oh, now, I know he fuck with, I definitely know he fuck with him, Dirk. I know he fuck with Dirk. But I'm realistic. So when I was told that, you know, you know, Thug didn't really come through it. I'm not looking at Thug like, damn, you broke ass, bitch ass, ass, nigga. Like, why you? nigga, I know what it is.
Starting point is 03:44:50 And I'm pretty sure, let's say if Dirk's team or whatever, Dirk needed like 40, 50 bands, I'm pretty sure Thug gonna definitely do it because thug not broke. I don't want to make nobody think that thug broke. Thug good. But the niggas just got his pockets
Starting point is 03:45:04 ran by the legal system, bro. And by the way, it's the same thing going to happen to Dirk. If Dirk make it out of this shit, bro, Dirk going to be popped for a little bit. Niggas, yo, these lawyers, they're going to drain you dry. Because you know how they look at it? Nika, how much your freedom costs, nigga?
Starting point is 03:45:20 Nika, your freedom costs your entire bank account. You could make that again, nigga. So they're going to drain, they're going to drain, and pause. They're going to drain thug. They're going to drain Dirk. And if Dirk make it out of this shit, he's going to be popped too. Trust.
Starting point is 03:45:40 I'm not saying that he's going to be looking broke, but it's just like, bro, he ain't going to have, like, whatever you think in terms of money. Like, what Drake, Drake got a money glitch. Like, bro, Drake. Dreg just sent a million dollars to everybody, bro. Like, Drake has a legit money glitched. I've never seen such a thing.
Starting point is 03:45:58 I've seen some shit yesterday. That nigga not even in Houston, bro. He just sent $40,000 to the club just to bless the bitch. I've never seen such a thing, bro. I've never seen such a thing. Drake 40K. I think it's Area 29. Nick, he ain't even show up to the club.
Starting point is 03:46:14 Nigger, hold on. I want to, like, fucking, um... I'm showing them titties and nothing like that because I think these bids would be naked. it said Drake sent a 40 ball to area 29 he not even there he just sent 40,000 just that's a different type of wealth my nigga look he sent 40k virtually and gave everybody a free 1942 bottle 1942 don't cost no goddamn eight hundred dollars in no houston club that's 1500 dollars leased so I don't know what the fuck Drake got a money glitch but shout
Starting point is 03:46:52 to Drake. Drake help out with everybody's shit. I heard he helped out with with Thug. He's helping out with Dirk. It's a good nigga. Real nigga. But the idea, I definitely know there's certain people, let me get up for this shit, because this is like a certain club. I know there's a lot of people who look at that shit like,
Starting point is 03:47:16 man, I'm not, I wasn't even judging these rappers like that. So I hope nobody getting their feelings and Thug, bro. You know, obviously maybe the comment made you feel away because it feel like you're being called out bro I don't look at you no type of you, you just got drained by the system my nigga like they ran your pockets
Starting point is 03:47:33 for like two years the longest trial ever the biggest trial ever they wanted to run your pockets get you broke lock you up you had people who contributed helped you out
Starting point is 03:47:43 this end third you made it through nigga you bought a shake back in like you know and when I mean shake back you're still rich but you're gonna be shaking back that you could throw money around like you could just be like oh fuck it I just blew 800 thousand who gives a fuck you get what i'm saying right now you know doing his thing so you know i
Starting point is 03:48:02 want nobody to take from what i was saying that i was saying thug broke nah thug just went through his shit bro like nigga he gonna be straight but you know everybody contributed the meek the meek question i don't know how close and by the way here's the thing i wasn't trying to make meek look no way either i don't know how close meek is with dirk i'll be thinking all these street niggas be mad close with each other. Like, I should have asked about Herbo. I don't know. Maybe Herbo ain't give no money. Maybe Herbo's thinking like, Nick, Dirk, you got more money than me.
Starting point is 03:48:34 What am I giving you money for? I don't know. I just kind of just asked around and I just threw out some names and shit like that. I probably should ask for, um, you know, I should ask for, um, I should ask for, um, I should ask for, um, who, future. Because future fuck with Dirk, right? I should ask for him. I should ask for him. They did not keep his updates going. some flights for other people that were involved in this crime.
Starting point is 03:49:00 And then the next day, he booked the flights using the same car back to Chicago from San Diego. So there's a lot of fishy stuff going on. I would be very interested in figuring out Vani's relationship with Jason. And if Jason was acting in cahoots with Vani in opposition to Dirt, And I don't know. I'm not on that street shit, but some people have said that Jason Smith is a civilian. Others have said that Jason Smith is a vice lord, like two of the people that went on the trip to kill Le Tem while stocking Cuando Rondo. Like the video, subscribe to the channel.
Starting point is 03:49:44 Let me know what you guys think in the comment section below. What's up? It's your boy. Okay. What's up? It's your boy. Did not. Day 10 at the La Dirk trial.
Starting point is 03:49:53 These notes are in reference. to the examination of an FBI agent and right now the government is examining him he was talking about dirt possibly deleting messages there was a screenshot of an IG conversation and the FBI agent said IG this particular IG message was in vanish mode means that it's going to be deleted once they close out the chat this message was sent to a RICO Lamron and dirk said I got them hunting you better have three ski masks on. And then they started looking over the numbers dirt used between 2017 and 2024, a total of 17 different numbers and across multiple devices.
Starting point is 03:50:38 And then they went to August 18, 2020. This was the day before the Pab was killed. And there was messages with Jason Smith. Then they submitted Exhibit 1 to 3 previously admitted. It is an I message dated February to 12, 2020, where Dirk said, this is dirt, new number, lock it in to Jason Smith. And then he gave Bonnie his number on May 12, 2023. Remember, Bonnie was fired around January, February, 2003. But then he finally gave Bonnie his phone number again on May 12, 2020.
Starting point is 03:51:19 This is Vani getting access to Dirk again. When was my interview with Dirk? It's going to be on Spotify. But we took a couple days to put it out. Not a week, though. Oh, so it looked like he had cut off Vani. Oh, no, this was part two. I forgot I broke this up in two parts.
Starting point is 03:51:50 Well, part one. Oh, never mind. Part one was the same day. Yeah, so it looked like around the time we did the interview, maybe a couple days before, after he had given Vonny seemingly another chance. He not let him back in the orbit, but he at least start, he gave him his number again. After the killing a l'a Pab.
Starting point is 03:52:12 And then they went down the phone number ended in 9595. It was a subscriber named John Doe, a burner phone. Shortly after August 19, 2022, murder, Dirk changed his number on August 22nd, 2022. And then Dirk, Jason Smith, OLAA, they're in a group text, and that text thread started and dated August 22nd, 2022, which is two days after the murder of La Papp. The FBI determined that these devices was purchased at a store in Woodland Hills near Dirk's house. Then they show the receipt from the store.
Starting point is 03:52:51 The phone was purchased August 20 of 2022, later activated. This phone was purchased with the same MX card used to purchase the hotel. for the guys who flew in from Chicago. And then they showed the credit card statement from Astronaut Sounds LLC. It's shown the phone is paid for by Dirk, MX card. But mind you, O-T, Vani already testified and said that he's the one who went into the Verizon store and purchased the phones. He could have had direct access. And as a matter of fact, he admitted he has direct access to all of Dirk's private confidential information,
Starting point is 03:53:28 all of his cards, his pin numbers, and et cetera. and Vonnie is a scammer. So what's up? This your boy did not. Day 10 at the Leder. Okay, part two. I wouldn't put it past Vani duplicating Dirk's card
Starting point is 03:53:40 on a rotel machine, but that's just my theory. So let me get back to these notes. The Verizon store is 15 minutes away from Dirt's house. Now, the FBI confirmed that multiple phones were purchased at the Verizon store
Starting point is 03:53:52 and he considered him burner phones. He repeated that. Vonnie already testified that he went to purchase the phones. Dirk sent a message to Cuando Rondo and said that he's a street nigger, not squashing no beef. Talk to him about peace and he's getting the switch. They went over that message before on day three, I believe, with some people
Starting point is 03:54:12 are considering day one. Dirk voice note is then played where he said he's going to beat someone his ass and that they can set up a boxing match to make 20, 30 million dollars and that Kondo Rondo is going to die, something to that regards in regarding Kondo Rondo and die. And the FBI sent a subpoena to Verizon, and Verizon couldn't provide them details about the phone numbers, messages, or any of that. Then they also sent subpoenas to other phone companies who did not and could not send them message communication about these other devices. Verizon stores information about a phone number for up to a year. These other places was fluctuating between 30 and 90 days. then they showed the rental agreement of the house that Dirk was in in Encino
Starting point is 03:55:01 and they showed and confirmed that Ola A signed it and he's listed on it on the astronaut sounds LLC credit attachment through the M.A. By the way, they claimed that Ola was like fired. Ola Ali. But I went to his page, this is his page. They claimed that, you know, even Dirk told me, oh, we fired everybody. He just posted Dutilo's new song.
Starting point is 03:55:27 He just posted Dutti Lo's new song. new song. So I don't know if like maybe he's still tapped, bro, I have no idea, bro. Next card. Now the white BMW, Vani actually rented that on August 16th, 2002, and went back and forth to Dirk's house multiple times. Now, Vani purchased that vehicle and rented the BMW, where he rented to BMW before they flew out to Miami to do the music video with DJ Cali. So the BMW was parked outside of Dirk's house for one day, 13 hours and 45 minutes, and then it was moved when they got back on the 18th. And then it was parked there again three times on the 18th, totaling about 34 minutes I've seen. Then on 819, the morning of it, the wee hours, it was parked at Dirk's house for five hours and 16 minutes.
Starting point is 03:56:24 Vani spent the night at Dirk's house, left early in the morning. Voney rented the car. Now, Bunny claimed that Dirk told him on the jet to go ahead and set things up. Well, if Dirk told Vani on the jet to set everything up, then why would Vani rent the BMW
Starting point is 03:56:45 before getting on a private jet to go to Miami and testifying that Dirk told him to set everything up after they came back to L.A. and got off the private jet. He rented his car. And also, according to, I wouldn't put it past Bonnie duplicating Dirk's card on a roto machine, but that's just my theory. So let me get back to these notes.
Starting point is 03:57:06 The Verizon store is 15 minutes away. Had a house in Sherman Oaks. And we're going to get to that because it's important to know that. Let me get back to these notes. When Bunny got into the Uber, Bunny, Vonnie Park after the Paz was hit, Bunny, you know, spent the block and everybody in the BMW and drove. to the valley where he did let the niggas out and they requested a ride to um in and out and then after bonnie left in and out he parked the bmw and requesting Uber to dirk's house then they showed
Starting point is 03:57:42 Vonnie's uber account with about six or seven different credit cards attached to it and one of those cards being the mx card a couple of navy fedi navy navy navy federal cards and even a cash app card was attached and then they also showed that Vonny's account in his MX card was used to pay for Uber rides for OTF Jam and Boone Mo to get from the airport in San Diego to the Hooters and so forth and also once OTF Jam and them left the in and out the MX card was also used to get multiple times throughout the day now my thing is Vani has a house or had a house at that time as he testified to in Sherman Oaks, which is 15-minute drive away from Dirt's house.
Starting point is 03:58:30 Why do he need to rent a BMW and park it outside of Dirk's house when he can drive his ass 15 minutes away to his house in Sherman Oaks and just parked the car there? And if I'm not mistaken, it was even closer than 15 minutes. Ah, he's saying, why drive the car to Dirk? Unless maybe you're leaving breadcrumbs. Hmm. There was a lot of GPS coordinations going on.
Starting point is 03:58:54 As a matter of fact, I think the house that Dirk was renting actually was about seven minutes. It's either seven minutes or 15 minutes. There was a couple of GPS location show. Vani set this up and made sure that BMW tracker was located at Dirk's house. He in fact testified that he knew in real time that the BNW tracker was on. And Bunny testified that and then they went to start talking about ICloud messages and how they could not extract any messages out of Dirk's phone because the ICloud was not backed up and they didn't sync it with these phones so that they can extract messages and communication with the I cloud and iPhone devices. Now, the FBI was looking up and into the phrase, Slive Vuban, along with Curtis Davis.
Starting point is 03:59:55 He was the cybersecurity FBI agent that was talking about Slive Von and all the people talking about Slive Vund. Then suddenly, DJ Academics podcast is mentioned. They submit Exhibit 169. Dirk and DJ Academics is talking. A clip is played. Dirk is talking saying,
Starting point is 04:00:13 Kondo had a house in Sherman Oaks. Hold on. What on y'all? Kirk is talking saying Kondo Rano got his ass beat by King Von. AK said Dirk gets triggered by the slide for Vaughan comments. Dirk said he don't read the comments anymore. Then says, but yeah, we are different in the rack. The FBI agent confirms that Dirk said he doesn't read comments anymore.
Starting point is 04:00:40 DJ academics said the comments kind of chilled out. And that's when Dirk said, yeah, we different in the rack. The FBI agent then says the rack meant that street violence in Chicago is just as bad as violence and the war in Iraq from the early 2000s. Now, Boone Moe helped the government bring charges against Dirk by discussing the murder of LePab. Exhibit 292 is admitted. They keep, before they play it, they showed the photo that they keep on showing a Boone Moe jam, Dirk, and Dede with money. That photo was taken on. August of 24th, 2020, which is just five days after the murder of La Papp.
Starting point is 04:01:23 And the jail call is then played. Boone Mo is talking to someone by the name of Deshaun. This is a new character that entered the conversation. Boone Moe said he putting shit together and that he's smoking on Le Pab right now. And I also claimed that he's putting shit together. He kept on saying I'm putting stuff together and I'm smoking on Le Pab right now. For those who you don't know, that's what they say when an op is dead. Like they're smoking on Tuka.
Starting point is 04:01:50 He's smoking on Lepap. The FBI found more messages of Dirk mentioning Kondo Rondo. These messages was between Dirk and Ola A. They went to messages on 1029, 2021, and Dirk pretty much gave a list of all of his ops and people he don't like. The first person up there is Trina, a female rapper, NBA young boy, quondo rondo poke the feds buttercup six nine basically all of his ops the government then zoned in on and made it seem like he was only talking about quando rondo but trina is a female rapper and she's
Starting point is 04:02:28 the number one perk is talking saying quondo rondo got his ass beat did we figure out the trina thing zoned in on it made it seem like he was only talking about quando rondo but trina is a female rapper and she's the number one listed person on this list. And then they did FBI extract the messages from Boone Moe's cell phone. These messages were between him and Dirk in this OTF thread. And they were looking at it. Booney Moe, Dirt, Dutty and others are a part of this thread. In that thread on 8-5, 20203,
Starting point is 04:03:04 they are talking about other gangs using Vaughn's name to start a beef with New York City gangs. Then they clarify, that is other people in O'block that pretty much hopped into some New York City shit playing with King Von Ney. Dirk told them in the group text that they are staying out of other people's wars because nobody helps them when they fight their wars. Then Dirk wrote a text message saying, Crazy blood niggas don't slide or hurt motherfuckers leaving it all up to us. And then the feds pretty much zoned in and pointed out that Dirk said leaving it up to us.
Starting point is 04:03:41 to kind of further prove that Dirk is in this conspiracy. And pretty much the fed said he's talking about like what they did for King Vunt. And then we went on lunch break. Like the video, subscribe to the channel. And support independent media. My cash shop is Dollar Sign. D-O-N-A-T-007. Thank you.
Starting point is 04:04:03 Hmm. I can't understand the Trina Angus. I can't understand. understand the Trina element, y'all. By the way, I know a lot of people after Vani took the stand and got off, a lot of people were pessimistic. You know, Trappler-Ross basically said that Vani did his big one. According to ABC, who finally showed up, which is, you know, traditional news outlet, finally showed up to the hearing. They reported otherwise. Check this out. Murder for higher trial of rapper Lul Dirk moves into its second week. Jorers are hearing more
Starting point is 04:04:45 testimony about the alleged plot. Our own Jory Rand live in downtown LA where he spoke with the Grammy-winning artist's father about the case and his hopes for his son, Jory. ...that things go well in court this week and his son walks free. This is a trial that a lot of people are paying attention to when court just let out a short time ago. The defense team for little Dirk was mobbed by fans and streamers. Here, some of them wearing free Dirk t-shirts mobbing the legal team thanking them for what they're doing. They're arguing in court that their client had nothing to do with a 22 shooting in Beverly Hills that left a young man dead. Today was day nine in the trial of rapper Lil Durk accused of orchestrating the attempted murder
Starting point is 04:05:25 of fellow rapper Cuando Rondo. The 22 shooting at a gas station in Beverly Hills killed Rondo's young cousin instead. Just yesterday, one of the admitted gunmen in that shooting testified that it was Lil Durk, whose real name is Dirk Banks, that set the whole thing up. Today, Dirk's lawyers tried to admit this video of the rapper in a podcast interview as evidence. I try not to get into it with people. I'm trying to turn all the hate to love. They say the prosecution has used clips from the very same interview to prove their case, but the judge denied the request. You pose to be a system that's looking for the truth. You're supposed to be a system that's representing the truth out, you know?
Starting point is 04:06:03 We spoke with Lil Dirk's father outside of court this afternoon. Cherry picking this from this and this, bring the whole truth. Dante Banks knows firsthand what his son faces. He spent 26 years in prison on drug charges. This has been really tough on the family, you know. To see our son going through this is really hard, you know. We lost one of them to gun violence. What I went through for the last 26 years, I don't wish that on my worst enemy.
Starting point is 04:06:29 Definitely not my son. He says with each passing day of this trial, he envisions walking out of court with his son as a free man. Every time I look at him in court, I see that day. The day is coming. of that actually happening were increased this afternoon in some bombshell moments when Lil Dirk's former assistant, his associate known as OTF Vani, took the stand. He said that he was never paid in the killing that happened in 2022 in Beverly Hills and then dramatically. A jailhouse interview phone call was played for the court in which Vani said he was simply going to get on
Starting point is 04:07:04 the stand in court and perform for the judge. Let's see how the jury takes that. that testimony as this trial is said to continue tomorrow. We're live in downtown L.A. outside the federal courthouse, Jury Rand, ABC 7, I witness news. All right, Jory Rand, thank you. As the murder for higher trial of rapper Lul Dirk moves into its second week, jurors are hearing more testimony about the alleged... Wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow. Sidebar, real quick, sidebar, sidebar, sidebar, sidebar, sidebar.
Starting point is 04:07:39 A little quick story popping up on my feet. I don't know what the vibe is. But, chat, according to Colin Kaepernick, he says that Jay-Z recent comments about him on the Roots picnic stage seem to speak to a guilty conscience as the fallout between the former quarterback and the rapper actually deepens.
Starting point is 04:08:01 This is actually a really good article, okay? Charlemagne. This is journalism right here, brother. Okay. Colin Kaepernick says he believes that Jay-Z's recent comments about him speak to a guilty conscience as the fallout between the former quarterback and the rapper actually deepens. Colin Kaepernick responded as part of an extensive interview with NBC News. After Jay-Z diss the athlete at a recent concert, in July, Jay-Z took Amit Kaepernick.
Starting point is 04:08:26 The former San Francisco 49er star mentioned in him and his settlement with the NFL in an impromptu rap during the series of concert at Yankee Stadium. He says they run out of characters. They had to bring him back up Kaepernick. Wack, I'm going to call you right back. Jay Z said referring to people who have criticized him for the recent partnership with Target. He said, buddy took a check. I ain't even mad at him.
Starting point is 04:08:50 But along with that check, you've got to sign a non-disparagement. I'm the one, meaning the one that the NFL can't control. Earlier this year, Jay-Z drew ire when it was announced that he would sell an exclusive version of reasonable doubt at a retailer. By the way, Rolling Stone. This is journalism right here, okay? Nancy Dillon. Journalism right here, okay? Oh, Lauren La Rosa, yo trash ass.
Starting point is 04:09:17 Journalism right here, okay? Sell a version of his reasonable doubt at the retailer, which has been subjected to boycotts by black shoppers after it rolled back its diversity, equity, and inclusion practices. Kaepernick, on the other hand, is honoring the boycott despite the potential financial costs. The spokesperson for the former quarterback confirmed he would not be selling his upcoming memoir,
Starting point is 04:09:40 the perilous flight, or fight, actually, in Target's stores. Target did not immediately respond for requests for comment. For his book tour, Colin Kaepernick is actually partnered with the National Association of Black Book Stores. Jay-Z was freestown about the hypocrisy of his critics in July when he mentioned Kaepernick. The lyrics were a far cry from the 2017 when Jay-Z dedicated a performance of his song, the story of O.J. to Kaepernick after he had taken a knee to protest police brutality in America. At that time, Kaepernick was a free agent. He never found employment in NFL again after he protested during the national anthem in the 2016 season.
Starting point is 04:10:16 Jayzie, who wore a Kaepernick jersey during a performance on Saturday Night Live in 2017, was one of Kaepernick's highest profile supporters. Jayzee was critical of the NFL, rapping on the 2018 song Apes with his wife. He said, I said no to the Super Bowl. You don't need me. I don't need you. In his book, Colin Kaepernick wrote that Jayze asked him in 2017 to Neil Unspeople. stage during a performance of the story of OJ.
Starting point is 04:10:43 But he declined, in part because he objected to the use of racial slurs and the lyrics. Chapertyik also wrote that before he was asked to join Jay-Z on stage, he had difficulties connecting with him on the phone as they exchanged emails in an effort to join forces on social justice issues. The relationship flipped in August 2019 when Jay-Z announced that Rock Nation, the entertainment company he co-founded, would partner with the NFL. Rock Nation has since produced every single Super Bowl since, and it partners with the League on Social Justice work.
Starting point is 04:11:16 Rock Nation has declined to comment. Journalism. Check it out. Declined and comment for NBC News. Maybe Lauren Laroz could go get a comment, huh? That's her job, huh? For this article in his book, Colin Kaepernick wrote that Jay-Z told him about the partnership only after he'd agreed to it. Colin Kaepernick expressed his displeasure.
Starting point is 04:11:37 He says, I just want you to know. one, you're serving up the culture to a bunch of racist and two, they don't care about you. Kaepernick wrote about what he told Jay-Z when they spoke. Let me read that one more time and I want it slowly. Charlemagne, this is where you earned a paycheck, okay? It's where they send you out. I would say beat up, but I think you're...
Starting point is 04:12:04 Okay, Sholiday. I want you to know, this is from Colin Kaepernick himself. you're serving up the culture to a bunch of races and two, they don't care about you. Kaepernick wrote about what he told Jay-Z when they spoke. You're the music guy to them. They literally need a black face, and they've said as much. 2019, Jay-Z faced a blowback for the NFL deal
Starting point is 04:12:27 as many viewed as turn us back on Kaepernick, who remained unemployed by the league. At a news conference announcing the partnership, Jay-Z defended the decision. I think we've moved past Neeling. It's time for action. we forget that Colin's whole thing was to bring attention to social injustice. In that case, this is a success.
Starting point is 04:12:44 This is the next phase. The NFL has declined to comment. And Colin Kaepernick, who told NBC News Lester Holt, he did not sign a non-disparagement agreement, as Jay-Z said, on that Roots picnic stage. And after he settled in 2019 with the league over his collusion lawsuit, he says several people sent him video of the freestyle. First and foremost, what it speaks to is the power of the people,
Starting point is 04:13:14 Kaepernick said about his reaction. The backlash that Jay-Z received for partner with the NFL and going to counter people's interests in 2019 was a major problem for him so much that he's still bringing it up in 2026. People are not realizing, why are you so comfortable and step into these positions that are countered to the positions that people on the ground actually want? And to me, I view that as speaking to a guilty conscience
Starting point is 04:13:35 and trying to reposition or reframe the conversation. Kaepernick says people who supported him have been constant and consistent, actually, in not agreeing with Jay-Z's actions. I haven't publicly spoken about him in any matter, but it speaks to the level of impact that people are having and being able to continue to move not only individuals, but corporations.
Starting point is 04:13:54 As for why, he didn't respond to Jay-Z immediately after the freestyle, particularly in regard to the misinformation about a non-disparagement agreement, Kaepernick said there have always been efforts to discredit him and Jay Z is just another player in the effort since he partnered with the NFL. Ironic, it's kind of how I think about Charlamagne. Just another show. He's built the alignment with the NFL. The NFL is blackballing.
Starting point is 04:14:21 The same NFL in the player's owner's meeting in 2017 said, we need a blackface to help us get rid of the protests. Kaepernick tells NBC, the NFL has long denied Kaepernick's blackballing claims. Kaepernick added, I understand why he's trying to do. reputational recovery. I get it. I don't agree with the actions, but I'm not going to respond to everything that said about me because I also believe the actions and the work I do will speak for themselves. Somebody made sure to say, eh, yeah, says NBC News, not inverse wire. It's been 10 years since you famously took that knee. What were you hoping to achieve with the
Starting point is 04:15:00 protests? To collectively move us forward as a society. Very specific. Specifically, fighting against police killing black folks. But also... Rock Nation, I got to get an AI website to give to Charlotte that he can bring to us, you know? So looking at systemic oppression holistically to get society thinking and moving in the direction of addressing these issues to create a better society. We have to do something different. And there has to be motion and momentum and movement around that. When you finally took that knee, what was the feeling?
Starting point is 04:15:37 Where was your head? I had a few different thoughts, was thinking about all the people before me and the sacrifices that they had made, how far they were willing to go, whether that's the Montgomery bus boycotts, whether that's Rosa Parks, whether that's Malcolm Mex,
Starting point is 04:15:57 whether that's MLK, we saw people willing to go extraordinary lengths because they believe that we could be better and they believe that we could bring about rights and equity and justice for everyone. And to think about the sacrifices that people before us had made, if they're willing to go that far, how far should we be willing to go? What is the cost and the expense of doing nothing? I got to see different cities respond differently to me.
Starting point is 04:16:28 We went to Buffalo, New York, saw people light my jersey on fire and throw it in front of our bus as we're pulling in. Real life death threats. We try to send bombs to our house. Like, we got those phone calls. Okay. All right. Back to business.
Starting point is 04:16:55 I know y'all want to hear Taylor, but, uh, you know, Blackshar might got some shit going on. Let's see what's the vibes. Okay, you got to see, are ready? Okay, let's get to it, chat. Prosecutors has shown a flight book for Dirk Banks on October 24, 2024, booked at 7-Eleven. The final destination for the flight was Dubai.
Starting point is 04:17:16 The prosecutor is now asked. ask what time was the search warrant 6 a.m. When was the flight booked 7.11 a.m. FBI agent Burke testified that the day of the search warrant, they believe Lil Durk was going to be in Miami. Prosecures then showed two FBI alerts on the screen of the day of October 24, 2024. He says FBI agents were stationed on the scene already in both Fourth Lauderdale and Miami. During the morning of the search warrant on October 24, 2024, Jason Smith House was searched.
Starting point is 04:17:47 What time did he come out? He came out at 606. Damn, they showed up there at 6 o'clock. He came out six minutes later. Prosecutors show cell phone records that Jason Smith made a call to Smirkio before he left his home. So I guess he called Smirk. Yo, Smirk, they're here. Smirk, the fans is here. Smirk! Smirk! Yo! Okay? Prosecutter show a screenshot of a confirmation flight for Dirk on October 24, 2024. This was a tree during the search warrant on Jason Smith home. home. The flight showed a flight showed a flight with their destination of Dubai.
Starting point is 04:18:25 Prosecution said today that they got a phone for Boudnemo during their search warrant on October 24. Okay. Okay, Chad. Let's get to it with, we're going to trap. Oh, we have to call whackback. Thank you.
