We didn't catch in the same time, but we went in into the county jail system. You know what I'm saying to fight our case the same. We went in into the county jail. You know what I'm saying to fight our case the same thing. We were innocent. We proved our innocence.
Starting point is 00:05:35 We didn't do it. We ain't do it. Hold on. We didn't do it, right? We didn't do it. No, that we did it. Wait, hell no. You know, on a new, went to, went to bond, court, all that shit the same day, you feel.

Matter of fact, we got a, man, Diddy both called our bodies, we didn't catch them the same time, but we went into the county jail system, you know what I'm saying to fight our case the same? Loss the system, man, bro, really actually, we was fighting our bodies at the same time, you know what I'm saying? Matter of fact, we got, man, did he both caught our bodies? We didn't catch it in the same time, but we went into the county jail system. You know what I'm saying to fight our case the same.
Starting point is 00:07:24 We went in into the county, you know what I'm saying to fight our case the same, same thing. We were proven innocent. We proved our innocence, but we were. They know that we did it. They know that we did it. Can't script this one, bro. Can't script this one, bro. Okay.
Starting point is 00:08:00 Trapp Lord is back in the game, huh? All right, trap. All right, trap load back in the game. Here we go, Seth. All right, so this is crazy. We just heard in court about basically all of these flights that Lil Durk had apparently had booked right after these OTF members all got raided.
Starting point is 00:08:26 They're saying that he booked a bunch of different flights, three different flights, from three different airports in Florida that were apparently all doing international connections with the plan for them to all basically end up in Dubai. Now there's been a lot of talk about whether they can extradite back from Dubai. There's been all these rumors, can Dubai actually extradite people? Do they actually extradite people? There's been rumors that, you know, maybe Dubai might play ball with Dirk and, you know, people that are hiding out over there. We just saw Daniel Kinehan a very infamous Irish, they call him a cartel leader, but he a real
Starting point is 00:08:58 infamous gangster. There's basically rumors. He was basically extradited back from Dubai to Ireland to face serious charges. Now, you might have seen there's a few videos and images going around where Lil Durk was apparently tapped him with the royal family of Dubai. Now, that didn't come up in court, but you might have seen those around. And it looked like he was basically trying to throw the feds off, had three different flights booked all different, two commercial flights, one private flight. And he was apparently trying to hot tailor out the country basically the same day that the feds closed in on the OTF members. arrested his employee, Jason, and we saw footage of his employee, basically getting arrested by the FBI. Now, what was crazy is he basically waited in his house. They said like five or five to ten
Starting point is 00:09:39 minutes before we actually came out with the FBI. Well, the feds actually revealed that allegedly a phone call was made in that five minutes and it sounded like it was a number associated with Dirk. I think they said it might have been his wife's number, but that wasn't kind of confirmed. The FBI agent just said that it was a number associated with Dirk. But it sounded like as before Jason came out, holding his baby, mind you. you to the FBI that had the whole house under gunpoint, Dirk might have put a message across to say, hey, get me on a bunch of flights, I need to get out of country.
Starting point is 00:10:05 That was crazy, and the feds basically got warnings from all different agencies. They had officers waiting at every single one of their airports that Dirk was planning to fly from, and then basically they said, we're going to have to move in, we're going to have to arrest Dirk before he gets out of the country. Now, a lot of people are expecting body cam footage of the arrest to be shown. We just went on a break, so it wasn't actually shown. Now, what's interesting is, I wonder if Dirk's defense pushes it and tries to answer back, then on recross, or basically when the prosecution get their chance to speak again,
Starting point is 00:10:34 I wonder if they'll say, okay, Bet will show the video. I wonder if they're playing it so that if the defense saying, oh, we're not going to argue with that. Maybe he'll, they'll say, right, cool, we ain't got to play the body cam footage. I wonder if that's the game being played. But yeah, it was pretty wild. All right, so this is crazy. We just heard in court about basically all of these flights that Lil'Dirk. Which is after performing at the United Center, Chicago rapper, Little Dirk has been arrested.
Starting point is 00:10:53 Remember, so days after the United Center thing, we have, we have, we have. allegedly flaka he's asking he's still asking for money for the murder he's getting shoot off booty mo's packing him up and days after that actually let let's go back and find the date when was little dirk united center show in in 2024 okay it was october 20th so four days after Remember, they got locked up October 24. So the feds let him get his show off. And four days later, they took him into custody. That means four days before, Flaka was at the private jet spot with him, like, asking, bro, what's up with the money, man?
Starting point is 00:11:42 Let me get that money, bro. Let me get that cash, bro. Let me get that money, bro. Yo, I killed them niggas for you, bro. What's up? What's up? Ironically, look, when is Lil Durr, birthday. Little Dirk birthday is the 19th. Ironically, the reason why everybody got booked then,
Starting point is 00:12:04 remember, they were going to keep his sealed for a while and try to sit on smirk, but they see that he was leaving the country, so they had to hit it. So remember, the day before his United Center concert, that's his birthday, they let him get it off. You could tell they're sitting on it. And once, you know, they execute the warrants because they're trying to get some of these guys to flip, they get to realize niggies done tipped off little Dirk. Little Dirk is booking flights out to country and they say, fuck it. We got to get everybody. They get Dirk four days later.
Starting point is 00:12:31 Well, the same day, they get everybody the 24th and they picked up Dirk before he could get on a plane. Yeah, wow. Wow. Now, Dirk had gotten a couple keys to the city from like local cities in Illinois. And a lot of them at that point decided to withdraw their key to the city. Check this out. They're in Florida on a murder for higher charge. Little Dirk, whose real name is Dirk Devante Bank.
Starting point is 00:12:57 Banks is being held without bail. Five men from Chicago connected to his record label have also been picked up. Their cues of being hired to kill a rival rapper, Rondo, A in 2022 for his alleged role in the killing of Chicago Hill rapper King Vaughn two years earlier. Prosecutors say flights and rental cars tied the label to the crime. And Banks was once charged in a shooting in Atlanta. However, those charges got dropped. He's also facing a lawsuit from FBG Ducks Mom, who says Banks and his record label made money from our son's murder. Well, last week, the mayors of suburban Broadview and Bellwood presented the rapper with keys to their villages in partnership with his neighborhood heroes foundation, which supports Chicago youth by promoting education and violence prevention. In a Facebook post, Broadview Mayor Katrina Thompson said she's withdrawing that key and ending the village's partnership with his foundation. The statement reading in part while the American system of justice grants everyone the presumption of innocence until proven guilty in a court of law in the village.
Starting point is 00:13:57 of Broadview, the court of public opinion of residents has even higher moral and ethical standards of behavior. As mayor, protecting Broadview's interests and upholding the values of residents is job number one. Okay. Okay. Then there was another one that they didn't withdraw, though. I wonder what this guy said. I don't know if he ever spoke on it before, but he's, Dirk had like sent this nigga, look, Mayor Brandon Johnson, Dirk had sent some bread to him. Little Dirk Brandon Johnson donation. He had donated to that nigga.
Starting point is 00:14:38 Look, Smirk had received, no, Brandon Johnson receive $150,000. Hey, yo, to your dumb-ass shooters who think killing the niggas is a way to get paid? The money you thought you was going to get, Dirk gave to a mayor. Yeah, I'm talking to you, flaka. The rest of you bozos out there. Dirk took the money. He should have gave to you for killing his op. And he gave it to the mayor.
Starting point is 00:15:05 Dummy. That's the fact. Aha! Yes. Ah! Oh, you think he was going to pay you for a murder? Fuck out of here. He paid the mayor, nigger.
Starting point is 00:15:16 Yes. Chicago mayor received $150,000 campaign donation from Smirk. And he declined to return it. He declined to return it. This was in 2023. Here we go. Chicago. Transparency.
Starting point is 00:15:34 Oh, you got to do for any place. 2023 donations. And what's the thing of name again? Something Johnson? Brandon Johnson. Brandon Johnson. We're going to be able to find it. It's probably still on the site.
Starting point is 00:15:47 Still on the site, Chad. Probably still on the site. Let's go. Illinois. Hold on now. We got to find out who was giving them bread. There we go. We're going to find this shit.
Starting point is 00:16:00 Contributions. Yeah, see? They got to put it. The contributions per candidate. You feel what I'm saying? The big disclosure. The big disclosure. You heard one of them ones?
Starting point is 00:16:12 Okay, we're not going to load it? All right, bet. Okay. Here we go. This was it right here. Transparency USA, chat. Transparency USA. We got to go.
Starting point is 00:16:27 Contributions. Now, let's just soot by money, man. Let's sort about money, man. No, no, no, no, no, we got to go to the year now. We got to go to the year now. We got to go to the year. 26, nah. Nah, 2017 till now.
Starting point is 00:16:40 No, no, no. What year was it? It was 2023. So that had to be for the 2024 election season, right? Right? Look, $150,000, the voice, touring LLC. The voice. The voice.
Starting point is 00:16:58 Yeah, all your stupid-ass shooters. Who thought you was going to get a million dollars from the voice. He took that money and gave it to a mayor, man. Real nigga, man. Real nigga, dirt, man. Dummy, you shot for no reason, you stupid ass, nigga. Right in jail. Told him, oh, yeah, now I pulled up to a show.
Starting point is 00:17:19 I asked him, when are you going to give me? I thought I'm going to get a million. Dummy, shut the fuck up, nigga. You're a booty moose said 20 bans, nigger. If that. If that, nigger. You notice nobody at you. buck on booty moly like me

Starting point is 00:17:40 I'm gonna get 10 a couple days if we see your bitch ass again you feel me smirk wasn't going he wasn't going to stiff the mayor though 150,000 there you go smirk 150,000
Starting point is 00:17:55 there we go this nigga you can tell he on vawny time And they asked this thing, are you going to give back the money that Dirk gave you? He's charged a murder for hire. They asked him, are you going to give back the money? Look at this nigger face. Does he look like he give back shit?
Starting point is 00:18:12 Listen what he said. You have engaged with him. We've seen pictures of you standing with him. First of all, you just get your reaction to the news. You know, I don't know all the circumstances and details around, you know, these accusations. What I do know, though, is that Little Dirk's, mission to build financial literacy for children across the city and making other critical investments for the for the for the children of the city where his
Starting point is 00:18:44 heart you know has been and I mean there's no secret to the trauma that he grew up in and how he has worked to turn that trauma into opportunities for other for other people They can offer a $150,000 campaign donations from him. What up with that $150,000? Donate that to charity or do something with that money. Is it taken? Well, I mean, you know, look, you know, I don't operate in feelings.
Starting point is 00:19:17 You know, I operate in truth and justice. And again, I don't know all the circumstances around these accusations. Yeah, he over here just using big words, man. Basically he's saying, spin that shit. Spin that shit. Spend that shit. You don't give a fuck about giving that money back, nigger the hell?
Starting point is 00:19:36 Again, what I do know for sure is that, you know, here's another example of a young black man who grew up in severe trauma that led to life choices that he has been very open and vocal about healing from those choices. It's why he's been committed to finding his, righteous path, seeking out, you know, truth and justice through his faith,
Starting point is 00:20:08 while also investing in behavior and mental health support for individuals. What were you do with the money? Well, as I said, spend that shit. That's what he's going to do with the money. Spend that shit, nigga.
Starting point is 00:20:24 Right now, we have allegations, right, that he has not been tried. And look, I understand the question. I don't want you think I don't understand the question. I'm just saying, you're asking me a question. Of course we're keeping the money.
Starting point is 00:20:40 Are you dumb, nigga? Are you dumb, stupid or dumb? About someone who has worked to transform his life, who has admitted that he is on a journey to transformation and has not been charged with anything. I'm sorry, has not been convicted of anything. And so if you're asking me, if I say make a judgment.
Starting point is 00:21:03 Yeah, this nigga probably was like, nigga, I'm smoking on whoever Dirk smoking on too. I got 150 reps off of this. A black man before a full trial has actually come to. Chat, well, y'all think he's spending the money on, man. That $150K, man. What do you think he's spending the money on? Chicago mayor, Brandon Johnson.
Starting point is 00:21:23 What do you think he's spending the bread on? What do you think he's spending the bread on, man? Provision. I hope you do understand why it is not my position to determine the outcome of someone's life, especially in a system that, quite frankly, has not been
Starting point is 00:21:45 overly. Thank you, for the object. We have one more off-topped question and then we're that. Yeah. Yeah. Oh, yeah. So I'll go, chat. $150,000. Damn, the teachers union gave him $2 million? How the hell the teachers union got that much money?
Starting point is 00:22:01 Let me see who else is out here. Let's see who else is out here Now Smirk really put that bread up That's when Smirk was trying to clean his record and shit Did he win the election? Let me see who won Let me see who won Who won mayor of Chicago
Starting point is 00:22:20 24? Oh Brandon Johnson won that bit Oh shit Is he still mayor? Wait, what? He assumed office then So he got Lori Lightfoot out of there Who is the mayor of Chicago right now?
Starting point is 00:22:46 Oh Brandon Johnson. Yeah, that nigga is not giving that money back, man. That shit could be used for mad massages, happy endings. Feel me? Cheetos and cheese. Yeah, fuck that. We ain't giving that money back. Hell no.
Starting point is 00:22:59 Fuck out of here, nigga. Hell no. Hell no, man. Okay. Has he said anything else by a smirk since? Probably like, man, because y'all forget that he gave me that money, man? Brandon Johnson
Starting point is 00:23:17 Who should I type in Little Dirk Probably is not commented Period Fuck that I'm not returning back Shit He ain't reacting
Starting point is 00:23:34 He ain't returning None Real nigga man Why they say that What Granted John Dirk also donated $100K
Starting point is 00:23:51 To his youth program Damn Dirk was like Funding this nigga God damn Who the hell Let's look into Who cleared
Starting point is 00:23:59 who cleared Lil Durk record Like that was always like a spooky one Who the fuck cleared his record? He announced his criminal record Was cleared in September 2024 That's a month before he got arrested Prior
Starting point is 00:24:11 When prior legal cases Including the 2019 shooting Charges in Atlanta Where officially dropped his background Was wiped clean The dismissal of whatever Whatever Okay they can't tell who did it though
Starting point is 00:24:24 Who did it? They have not mentioned one time That his record was clear Not one time they've mentioned that. Apparently he was clean, though, because he was able to travel overseas before he couldn't. Like, who gave him the pardon? Or not pardon, but like, you know, expungement.
Starting point is 00:24:54 Shout out to smirk, man. Shout out to smirk, real nigger, man. Real niggas smirk, man. Real niggas smirk, all right, let me see. Oh, we call him a whack, right? I think whacked beefing with, like, Mama Duck or something like that, man. You got to get whacked to stop, bro. All right, watch.
Starting point is 00:25:23 I'm with troll whack. You're going to crash out on me, chat. But I'm going to let it happen just for the content, right? We got bompton, right? Here we go. We got bombed in, chat. Wack. Yo.
Starting point is 00:25:40 Why are you flirting with Mama Duck, though? What's going on, man? I don't know that, lady. Listen, this is my damn. And I hate this shit about ghetto shit, bro. I hate this shit about ghetto shit and about our people. What happened? As long as we are talking.
Starting point is 00:25:58 tossing the dark and hitting the target is cool. The long as we're getting away with it is cool. The minute a motherfucker toss the dart and pop one of our balloons, we start crying like little bitches. I don't know what she's mad about. You asked the question, I simply said, hey, look, bro.
Starting point is 00:26:17 And I've told you this act, if you ever hear Wack went on the skit, they shoot some niggas, and they shot whack in the face, Do not do a sympathy fucking string to me. You've always denied a sympathy, Raoul. So what happened? Break it down.
Starting point is 00:26:38 We haven't watched her video yet. I see her in here. She looked a little bit emotional. Don't tell me you're bullying her way. For some reason, she think we're the same age. I don't know, maybe. I thought the lady was well off in their 60s. She talked like she's a Peter Bill Diesel
Starting point is 00:26:52 with a clog-ass motherfucking gas. I don't know, right? Oh, man. I'm only issuing the disrespect because she came at me with disrespect. My thing, as a parent, hey, listen, bro, as a parent, I'm not naive
Starting point is 00:27:06 to what people are doing, right? You'll never see me cry about one of mine getting killed because they out there killing. You'll never see me cry by one of my getting shot by the security guard because he pulled a bank robbery. Look, lady,
Starting point is 00:27:21 fuck what you're talking about. Your son was a street, nigger. He was out there, doing what he was doing, right? Ain't no schedule than when niggas get their kid back. She said that her son never brought harm to nobody. Okay, now ask. You are the nigger that made sure Iraq famous.
Starting point is 00:27:39 You named it. I'm going to let you answer that. I mean. No, let's just be real. Ain't nothing great than the mama's love, man. Come on, Wack. No, no, no. When it comes to duck, is that a true statement?
Starting point is 00:27:54 No, let's just like I'm saying, Six-nine never had nothing to do with nothing in the back of the days. It's a fucking lie, right? He'll tell you. I was dropping back. Okay, but here's the thing. It's, it's, it's, it's, it's, mom. It's dumb, mom.
Starting point is 00:28:11 Listen, she talked that shit. She used to ride around playing the music on stream, music of duck talking about niggas day smoked. She can't do that. Stop it. Okay. So, wait. Let me get a general demeanor here.
Starting point is 00:28:28 So you're saying that you kind of called out that her son wasn't an angel, and she doesn't like that. He was a street, nigger, that killed him because he didn't did some killing himself. That's it. That's what come with this shit. I don't cry about it. I ain't never cried about one of my homies in the casket that got called Lacking. We just do what we do.
Starting point is 00:28:51 And we know one day it's going to happen. You live by the gun, you die by the gun. You on this motherfucker talking like this man was a saint. Look, man, half these niggas want you to know what they was about. Okay, they caught him, they called him. It happens to the best of us. But don't go on there like whacked did something wrong, talking about, you talking about what my son was.
Starting point is 00:29:13 I'm simply saying them killing your son was a product of niggas, they didn't kill. That's just what it is, bro. So you're saying it's typical. You hear me say all the time, I'm not a game, banger. But I cannot forget where I come from because I have done things in my life to where others won't forget. I say
Starting point is 00:29:33 it all the time. Yeah. So if that day comes with me, I know what it is. Maybe it's a son, maybe it's a nephew, maybe it's a brother. I don't know. But I understand it. So you're on there screaming over there with a clog-ass motherfucker
Starting point is 00:29:49 muffler, sounded like you smoked 15 packs of marbles every month about an hour, talking shit about, Me, nah, you the mother, you're the one didn't raise your son right. You didn't raise your son right like mine's didn't raise me right. You understand? We're a product of all motherfucking environment, except the fact that you was a bad mom. We're on stream, man. Your academics, you are one of the phoniest man in North America history. Yeah, what's going on, man, right?
Starting point is 01:25:35 Yeah, we just had Mama Duck and Wack 100 beef it out, man. Mama Duck is headed. Wack still alive? Now, Wack Alive and well, man. All the Wack Ops is locked up or dead. I can't even lie. God damn, man. FBG Ducks mom does too, too much, bro.
Starting point is 01:25:51 You don't like FBG Duck, Mom? I don't slap the shit out of her. They don't lie to you, though. She's a lady, man. She's a lady. You think my mom can get up on stream and talk to academics and all these big bloggers about life? Yeah, she mourning.
Starting point is 01:26:08 She mourning. You know, she went through a lot. What the wrong can you mourn for? What the fuck? fucking six years, act. You'll move on, bro. Yeah, you know, like her son, her son is instrumental in the story. The hardest rapper in town, Act, is Doody Loe right now.
Starting point is 01:26:23 Duty Loe? Duty Lo is the biggest, Doody Lo is bigger than Little Baby right now. Yo, now, little baby's watching it, but listen, you know, why did Dool go to the courthouse to record the music video? That's scary, yeah? Yeah, and he put a thumbnail of him and Ye. Yo, it's wild. No way.
Starting point is 01:26:47 Actually, you're telling me duty's not the top one artists in the world right now? No, duty low is going crazy, man. I thought Dooley Lo was out there protesting. That nigga was filming a secret music video, man. You know what's crazy? Doolito Lo, he's been trying to, like,
Starting point is 01:27:00 yo, you're trying to get all the artists to come out there and support. Loki, you've been trying to get them to come out for a free cameo, bro. This shit's crazy. So you're on, act. Right now, is duty low bigger than a...
Starting point is 01:27:13 now? Nah, no, but still, I'm not going to lie, man. You know, my man be that court
Starting point is 01:27:18 every day we finally figure out the master plan, man, like he... He wanted to come you in?
Starting point is 01:27:23 Yeah, he wanted... I think the song going up, though, the song kind of going up, though.
Starting point is 01:27:28 He sent him at 285? Now, he said, yo, yo, he told me the craziest thing.
Starting point is 01:27:33 He said, yo, he said, what would make bro happy is us turning up out here. I said,
Starting point is 01:27:38 okay, Ben. You said, what would make bro happy. He said, bro, we're going to be happy when he knows. No, but, yo, bro, there's nobody worse than an OTF job act, bro. You know, Jack?
Starting point is 01:27:51 Jab? Not, Bonnie pretty bad, too. These are all bad words. Hey, hey, hey, how come your guys ain't snitch on you like this, man? I swear to God, not one of my guys were, free Dirk always. I love Dirk, but not one of my hitters were ever going to stand and rat on me. I don't do nothing illegal. I'd be honest.
Starting point is 01:28:10 Yo, you know, you always was like free flipper. When you heard that Flipo was getting life, man, did you say, oh, shit, he bought a Flip on me, no. Never. Did you think Flipo's going to flip on you? Flipo will kill himself like Jeffrey Epstein before he ever tells. Oh, man. So, wait, what do you think it is? And what is it?
Starting point is 01:28:26 It's not a Chicago thing because Chicago niggas are real niggis, but what do you think is happening? We see, like, Atlanta, that's like normal, but, like, this shit is kind of crazy. We never seen this one. No, but you got to understand, though, bro. it's supposed to like Dirk You know it's crazy They accusing Dirk for a murder for hire
Starting point is 01:28:46 Everybody's so-called higher They're the ones telling How can he He allegedly never paid Hey but hold on But you know I think somebody told me If you're a real nigga
Starting point is 01:28:59 You don't pay the shooters Like yeah once you pay the shooters That's when you get in trouble I don't know nothing about Dirk's case But you got to pay You know what I mean I mean? I mean
Starting point is 01:29:08 You have to like You know, sometimes you got to get a payment plan with the shooters. Hey, yo, I love trap. Why was his pants so huge act? What's his pants back? He's from London. You know, you know what the biggest informant is? Who?
Starting point is 01:29:24 T.F. Jam. He's a bigger rat than 6'9. Why? Why, why, why? Because he pulled the trigger and he told? I never in my life ever living. Seeing a man killed seven people allegedly. Tell the cops all these murders.
Starting point is 01:29:40 And, like, I never seen that in my eyes. It was crazy. He got locked up for a gun and he confessed the three bodies. Like, that was crazy. That was good. But, you, Act, let me ask you a serious question. What up? Is Derek going to beat it?
Starting point is 01:29:57 See, right now, right now, the odds on college and policy and polymarket and on steak, it says a 50-50, man, coin flip. But yo, those guys are selling lies. bro. Trapper Ross is biased, bro. You know I love trap. He's biased,
Starting point is 01:30:15 yeah, he's making it look bad for him. He doesn't understand, bro. The juries are not supposed to use their phone, but they all go to the hotel and use their phone.
Starting point is 01:30:23 Mm. And then, are you forgetting that father murder case? So all the juries, they say they don't look at it, they go home. Was any time
Starting point is 01:30:33 when you were fighting your murder case, you're like, yo, I think I'm cooked because your trap will come out sometimes and be like, yo, they're cooked.
Starting point is 01:30:39 I swear the God I won't lie to you for, yeah, at the beginning, I thought I was... But I was innocent, so the way they're presenting my lyrics, everything, I said, So you thought it was a frame job, they were about to put a fake body on you. I called Flipper, and I said, yo, Flipper, what pen are you in? You know what I mean? Talk to get ready. I was ready to go away because I thought they were going to frame you, you feel me? But I know, remember, my sister was a jury before, you feel me?
Starting point is 01:31:02 So I know how it goes. They go to you, you go home, and you look at your phone. So they're looking at Trapper Rost. page the juries. So you think they're looking at it and then when Trapp Lord, you know I did tell Trapp Lord though?
Starting point is 01:31:15 I spoke to Trapp and I said, Trap, listen, you have been covering Chicago just like me way too long. So when you hear something in court, like he heard something from Dirk's lawyer and he said, man,
Starting point is 01:31:26 Dirk lawyer in there's just lying. And I said, listen, the jury don't know that. The jury don't know these people. You know, so he know the full story. Like he knows what's really guana, you know? And I think sometimes he might put that in there, like his opinion because he knows what's up,
Starting point is 01:31:42 but the jury only knows what they're told. It's a bunch of white people. Like, it's, it's 10 white people, middle age, they don't really listen to hip hop. They don't know what's going. Like, the only thing I said, that's the bad look, when, you know, when they walk out that, that, um, when they walk out that, that federal building,
Starting point is 01:32:00 niggas outside smoking weed. They're trying to fuck bitches. They got boom boxes playing. I say, yo, trust me, if you're trying to give off an innocent, perception, you don't have outside the court host looking like the hood. You get what I'm saying? Because these people, they're not going to say it, but they associate the hood with crime. They associate it with it.
Starting point is 01:32:22 So when they hear it evidence, they start to think like, man, look how they're moving outside. These niggas probably did it. No, but one thing I'll tell you, actually, right? One thing I'll tell you, I went through this. Juries look at social media. They say they don't. They look at social media. Hey, let me get, let me ask the question.
Starting point is 01:32:41 When you find your murder case, did you get one good night asleep? I seen, I seen, I'm Chapo Ross. No. No. No. I used to wake up. I was going to court at 6 a.m. I used to wake up at 2 in the morning.
Starting point is 01:32:54 Act, you're fighting for your life. You're fighting for your fucking life. Do you think you're sleep? You think Dirk's going to the cell right now sleeping so good? No, he's praying his ass off. He needs to come home. But you got to also understand this, too. Remember, I fought a serious case.
Starting point is 01:33:09 And I'll tell you the truth It's not it's not Remember you know I was in the same jail as Dirk The one of yours in there right Yeah yeah because they locked you up in L.A. And they had to be there Yeah, bro, there's cockroaches in that fucking jail So in MDC, bro.
Starting point is 01:33:24 You know roaches in there, stop it. Yeah, that federal building, you can ask them I was there for five months waiting for extradition. Really? But you have tablets. You have iPads, you have YouTube, you eat cantalope for breakfast. Wait, so you.
Starting point is 01:33:39 think that Dirk could watch YouTube when he go back to himself? Yeah, anybody in federal jail can watch YouTube. You have an iPad. No way. I swear the guy that he's watching videos. Are you crazy? iPad, everybody, every inmate's in there.
Starting point is 01:33:54 I'm telling you. I thought they're not allowed, like, phones or communication. Bro, I would never like... No, but it's privilege. You can look at... Ah, bro, you forget my father murder case. I just didn't have an OTF jam in my case, bro. You're not afraid of me, bro.
Starting point is 01:34:09 Come on. You know, hold on. Hold on. All right. Five. Everybody know, you know, you want the niggas, you run the streets in Toronto. How could you tell if you have an OTF jam type nigger around you? Because I think.
Starting point is 01:34:21 You know somebody's riding on your case? Hey, oh, you know somebody's riding on a case when you don't have the same court date? And second of all, when your codey stop showing up to the court dates, it's over. Oh, it's over. I swear to God, if you have different court dates, they're added. Oh, man Like you see K Money, the guy that you let perform in Toronto He's a rock
Starting point is 01:34:44 No, no, I ain't here No, he's not telling him, bro He's not like John He's like Vani What that mean? Like, John at least has bodies I wouldn't even sit here in a lie to act He has murders under his body allegedly
Starting point is 01:34:58 This is what he said in court He said he said he got at least three Yeah, yeah K money don't got one Yeah I mean But yo bro you have Mimo 600 six nine on your stream. Come on, man. You have FBG Duck's mother.
Starting point is 01:35:12 What she needs to do is job, man. She's das. Free move up. Hey, did you hear what Dirk said, was Dirk right? He said, delete my eye cloud if they really on me, though. When child's on... He said, he said it ain't your phone. It'd be your homie, though. He on the stand with his head
Starting point is 01:35:27 down like he don't know me, though. It ain't no point in getting a lawyer if your homie told. Damn. I... Doc, I won't lie to you. I ain't going to lie to you. This is the most accurate lyrics I've ever seen.
Starting point is 01:35:41 Listen to this. He says, he was with you on them late nights, them fast cars, them ski masks. If you're mad, then I'm mad, then he's mad and he glad. He says, Incredible Witness, got every code to my keypad. You know what Vonnie testified? Vonny get on the stand and said, I know Dirk's social security number. He said, I know his credit card number. I know his social security.
Starting point is 01:36:01 He said, I know more about Dirk finances than him. So Dirk was right. The incredible witness got every code. to the key back. I spoke to Dirk on the jail phone. He called me on three-way, bro. Off the jail phones, man. He's coming home, man.
Starting point is 01:36:18 You think he's coming home? I say, yeah, over there, man. I told him, you ain't, bro, support my dog, bro. You ain't a real nigga, bro. You ain't like the industry, niggas. So I got, I swear I'm not going to say who told me this. Some niggas ain't dropped no money. All right, we got to go through this.
Starting point is 01:36:33 Because I've seen Young Thug put something up. He kind of confirmed he ain't dropped no money, but he said he sent his lawyer. still. You know, sometimes you can send your lawyer. I don't know if you can say your lawyer without the bread, because I don't know how that work. You know what I mean? No, but you got to also understand, bro.
Starting point is 01:36:49 Just read between the lines. You can't send a lawyer if they ain't getting paid, bro. Come on, man. Shout out young fuck, though, but he ain't got the funds. They're going to put nothing on the book. Did you hear anything about that? Nah, I ain't. I like gun on music, though. But I ain't going to drop none.
Starting point is 01:37:07 I heard baby be dropping some conversating money You know what I mean? Mm. You put like 200 bands on that shit. Bro, you're trying to reach baby, bro. Yo. You know. You know, I'm not on me.
Starting point is 01:37:21 I hear a little baby will give whatever in his pocket. Like, yo, if he got $15.99, he'll be like, yo, that's all I got, bro. That's all I got. All I heard is Rod Wade, Ye and Drake. Yeah. That 21 Savage, real ass niggas. Shout out baby, though. Shut up Wem.
Starting point is 01:37:37 No, not. Savage just gave him, he just gave Cassano. Everybody forgot about Cassanova. When Cassanova was free, all you're just scared of him. Let me ask you a question. Would you forgive Baby? Hmm? Would you forgive Baby? Um, forgive him.
Starting point is 01:37:54 I mean, I can't trust. Yo, no, you can't trust a nigga that's out of back door, you don't. Like, I mean, like, it's one of those where I'm like, I'll just kind of ignore it type shit. But, like, you can't trust a nigga. Yo, if you trust. If you get locked, if you get locked, maybe you'll send you 10 bands. Nah, no, no, no. I don't need to send back.
Starting point is 01:38:14 You listen, would you trust, all right, would you trust a shardy who try to backdoor you? Never, my life. I'll never make it right. Yo, she's chilling with you. She bring her a girl over. You think you're having a crazy three sum and she dropped the pin to K money and Casper. Oh, never forgive me. Never.
Starting point is 01:38:29 And then afterwards she said, she said, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to do that. You know, he offered me money. That's why I did it, but what I'm talking? The damage is done. Are you crazy? All right. That's what I'm saying that.
Starting point is 01:38:41 That's what I'm saying. It's the back door. It's the back door. You get what I'm saying? What happened to go? You act? Let me ask some question. If Dirk beats the case, he's bigger than Drake?
Starting point is 01:38:51 Nah, Drake's a different level still. But he, hold on. He's the greatest street artist of all time. All time. You try to label him a street artist if he beats the murder case of the feds. Yo, if Dirk beat the case, he's the number one street nigger of four. All time. I see,
Starting point is 01:39:09 bro, I won't lie, though. It's him, then Vaugh. Allegedly, they gave Quando Rado the belt to ass. Every week. Now, I rock for Cuando, but I got to be honest. Bro, that nigger couldn't even go to the gas station without, without niggins. You know, bro, academics, let me tell you something. They gave Quando Ronald the belt of fucking ass.
Starting point is 01:39:30 Hold on, be honest. Top five. You've never hated a nigga like how they allegedly hated Quando guy. Never. Never. Have you hated a nigga that he can't go to the, he can't go to the Jamaican store? He can't go get the, he can't go to the grocery store. Never.
Starting point is 01:39:44 He can't do a show. They gave this guy belt to fucking ass. I don't think you understand me, bro. They embarrassed Kondo Rondo. I would tell you this on your stream in front of all the hundreds of thousand people you have. There will never be another little dirk. Yo, I'm going to be honest. Limo 600 is a little guy, man.
Starting point is 01:40:06 boy man. Yeah. I don't have no problem. It's a little boy. Six nine's a rat. Yeah, hold on. Top five. Could you imagine you hitting up your ops and you say, listen, let's get some peace.
Starting point is 01:40:19 And they respond to you and said, the only piece we going to get is you won't catch a piece of the switch. I did that before. I did that before. No, you didn't do that. Stop. I did that before. Yo, they said they asked Dirk for a truce. And Dirk says the only piece we going to get is a piece of the switch.
Starting point is 01:40:36 switch. I'm going back in 10 seconds. Yo, I'm just coming right. You're asked. Let me tell you some, bro. Let me tell you the truth. And don't get mad at me. The truth.
Starting point is 01:40:46 I never knew that Dirk was moving like that. I promise you I never knew he was moving. Everybody knew that, bro. Von meant something important to him, bro. But he didn't do the case. I thought Dirk was halfway a lover boy. He got them big ass eyes. I never thought Dirk was on.
Starting point is 01:40:58 Let me tell you some, bro. I ain't thought Dirk was on business like this. I promise you. Let me tell you some. bro. I'll tell you some as my brother. Derek's more guys than a lot of niggas, man. But one thing I don't understand about Americans, bro, don't take this to her act. Why are y'all, why is there so much rats?
Starting point is 01:41:22 Like, like, act. Now I'm going to be honest, right now, ratin is cool. So it's like, before it was like, you rat, like, your family going to get killed. I didn't lie, like, why a cell case Woody's ratting? This case, OTF Javani. How come when I'm going through a case none of my homies riding or doing none of that weird shit, bro? Well, it's going to spread to Canada soon,
Starting point is 01:41:43 but right now, like, ratting is cool. So, like, put like this. Put like this. Vonny was in jail. They exposed his jail calls. Bonnie was in jail saying that he can't wait to get out to do a 60-minute interview. He's going to make a movie about this.
Starting point is 01:41:56 He's snitched. He's up there ratting, and he's talking about the movie he's going to make. Because these days, when you tell, that's when you really go. up, you know? Academics. Do I ever lie to you, act?
Starting point is 01:42:12 Nah, but what are you talking on? Do I ever lie to you? Nah, what are you talking about? Do you know I met Otey Avani before? You met Vani? All my dead brother's grave, three days before I went to jail in L.A. on the run. Could you tell that he was that type of guy?
Starting point is 01:42:31 I met him in front of Dirk at the show. Dirk and Baby's concert at the Staples Center. Hey, that's another thing I want to say. Yo, you know what... I want to act. I knew that nigger was going to rap, right? Stop it. You ain't know that.
Starting point is 01:42:46 I act. That nigger looked fishy, bro. I swear to God, I knew Vonny was going to rap. I knew he was a confidential informant. Bro, he was with dirt. You know when somebody's too attached to somebody? Like, the nigger wouldn't leave Dirk's sight. I think he ragged on me.
Starting point is 01:43:05 I think he told the U.S. Marshal. This niggas all year and he's wanted for a murder. Because all the fuck did I go down three days later Shit, that might be true Hey, you know who I could say I know they're gonna call him a rat But you heard when OTF Jam said he ran into Torrey Lane's artist
Starting point is 01:43:20 He said he looks to Durk and it's a yo Y'all I'm about to rob this nigga I need a chain I just talked to Tori Lanes about this yesterday Oh my God Shit, I ain't gonna lie to you like Hey you know it's crazy It's not even like dirt was like
Starting point is 01:43:35 Nah chill Tori my guy You know what Dirk said That's the Jamies I fuck with he wanted yo Dirk wanted a demon around him Dirk ain't want no type of niggins who ain't about shit when the nigga told him I don't got a chain I'm about a rob Tories artist he said That's the jam I fuck with right there You gotta give credit words dude bro That's my boy that would never happen because Tori Lins and Dirk are brothers
Starting point is 01:43:59 But little Dirk's a fucking demon I fucking love that kid act that guy I never I never knew Tori was moving like I can't lie to you. Are you not showing up to the score dates? No, not Tori. I mean, I'm Dirk. Are you not showing up to those court dates? Yeah, I'm popping. I'm popping out for when the verdict about a release.
Starting point is 01:44:18 You get what I'm saying? So if the verdict's done, are you going to pick him up in a bed? Okay, guy. No, I might have to, yeah. No, yeah, that's going to have to be the plan, bro. I ain't going on. So you're going to pick him up? Shit, of course I would.
Starting point is 01:44:36 If he beat his case, the greatest street is, the street artists of all time. Your academics. What's the last to be spoke to duty, you know? Yo, no, I talked to do you know like two days. Hey, let me this.
Starting point is 01:44:46 Dirk, you know what I realized 22, 2021? Dirk was giving bell to everybody, bro. Yeah, I'm a lot of you. Yeah, because of you
Starting point is 01:44:56 my brother. Yo, they said that niggas couldn't pump gas. Yo, yo, to keep a real, they had to move around with a canister in the back. As soon as they get to a gas station.
Starting point is 01:45:05 The best one was with, allegedly, everything's allegedly. when Beezoo and him went to the kitchen and they came up with the master Yo, I'm not gonna, yo, Dirk was not, you know what's funny?
Starting point is 01:45:17 When I did an interview with him? Academic, yo, they said, Dirk allegedly said everybody, allegedly, nothing's real. They said, Dirk allegedly said everybody get a million dollars. Yo, yeah, let me tell it. And I ain't a lot, you know what I respect Dirk too?
Starting point is 01:45:34 His niggas was playing around. You know what he told him? I ain't paying no rent. no card note no insurance y'all got to get you yo until y'all niggins start sliding no more bread it's over oh that's my nigga that is my nigga man yo i'm gonna be honest with you let me tell this i've been around a lot of rappers in this industry and i've heard a lot about them dirk i think he took it a little bit too serious because them other rappers not doing that you took it too serious yo ac listen
Starting point is 01:46:09 Like you? You know, I can't. Man like you is, you know, said, let me ask you a question, though. Serious to why. Let me ask you a serious question. You know if dirt beats the case, you know, John and no one,
Starting point is 01:46:23 and again again. They're not getting no plea deals no one. You know that, right? I think they still are. They still are. Because, because, again, as they can't guarantee the outcome, they could only, like, they did their big, they snitch as much hard as they could.
Starting point is 01:46:39 Yo, the niggas, this is so much he admitted. He said, yo, at one point, I ain't get paid. Niggins sent me in a sloppy hit. And this one I realized, I don't think dirt niggas did respect him. I'm going to keep it a bean. Yo, the niggas said at one point he was thinking about killing Dirk. Like, what? What you said?
Starting point is 01:46:57 Jam said at one point he was thinking about killing Dirk and the rest of the niggas he went on a hit with. You're a lying. Brough, it's in the court case. I can't even lie. You're a lying, Doc. He said he was thinking about killing Dirk. Kill me, Ak. I'm telling you.
Starting point is 01:47:20 You kill me. You, not like you fucking kill me. So let me tell you this, Brody. Let me just tell you this. I fought a murder case. And I swear that I want everybody, I want everybody on the stream to listen to. Can they hear me?
Starting point is 01:47:33 Yeah. A murder case always looks bad after the first week. And I swear that it might sound crazy. When it looks bad, you're going to beat it. When you have an easy... case, you're gonna lose. It's always, I swear to God, I can add my lord. And I even let you know.
Starting point is 01:47:49 When you, when your case is looking good, you're losing. When it looks awful bad, you beat it. I swear to God, act. Really? I swear, bro, I beat her in murder case, bro. No, none of my homie snitch, unfortunately. Hold on, be honest, be honest. During the trial, did you ever go back to yourself and ball?
Starting point is 01:48:10 Get on your knees and ball You want to hear You want to hear the truth? Yeah Yeah I cried in my prayer I have to I'm not even trolling him Yeah I cried a man
Starting point is 01:48:22 Bro, you're facing 25 to life What the fuck? Imagine waking up to men For the rest of your life And have to go into your cell And there's no iPhone There's no nothing What the hell
Starting point is 01:48:34 And I swear to God The night before I came home I cried in my prayer told God, please let me come home. I quit music if I come home. I swore to God. I went to court the next day. It was packed.
Starting point is 01:48:46 They said he were released. The crowd wanted to drop her case. I was innocent the whole time. They were framing me. But you see how life works, academics? Is that why you haven't dropped music? Yeah, bro, I made a promise to God, bro. You know I love music.
Starting point is 01:49:00 You know I was the hardest Toronto, nigger, coming out with music. But it's like, when you make that promise act, come on, bro. You know, when I get angry and I get, very, very, very, very, very mad. I'm a serious person out, bro. I'm a serious person, bro. My word, bro, free dirt, but they should have whack
Starting point is 01:49:18 the job. They should have whacked OTF, Bonnie. He should have got them out the way. So you think that dirt is, all right, so well, hold on, though. Do you blame Dirk? Let's say allegedly, allegedly. If Dirk ain't pay up, here's the thing, though. Here's the thing. Like, for example, there's another case going on called Yellow Bezzi. The nigger who did the hit.
Starting point is 01:49:38 The $40,000 AET? Yeah, the nigger did the hit. That nigga is dumb as fuck. But hold on. The nigger who did the hit wanted his $20,000. Yo, the niggas, like, OTF jam and not OTAF, uh, flaka, but let's flaka. That niggins said he thought Dirk was going to pay him a million. Like one thing is 20,000.
Starting point is 01:49:58 When a niggas thinking he's going to get a million for the hit, what's up? So do you think that Dirk, you think Dirk should have paid him or Dirk should, you know? Like, first of all, they got the wrong guy. So I answer a question. Let me ask the question. First off, they got the wrong guy. Second of all, Kim Von was their friend.
Starting point is 01:50:15 So it's like, your homie's not supposed to pay you for a... Like, I don't want to say incriminating stuff, but you're supposed to do it for free, bro. Unless you don't know the guy. No, no way you look like... Jam didn't really know that, nigga. No way.
Starting point is 01:50:33 Jam didn't know him. And the other guy... They said they literally do for the money. What? And you didn't get me? And that's why they got mad. The only, like, so it's out of the three shooters. Let me tell you.
Starting point is 01:50:48 Please, please I want to say this to you. No matter if your friend fucks your bitch, no matter if you don't get paid for a hit allegedly, that does not give you an excuse to snitch. Now, six months, if your man, fuck your bitch, man, put that thing in jail, man. That's fucking, man. But that's so fucked up, act, buddy.
Starting point is 01:51:05 Act, bro. That's so fuck. Even if you're a man switch it on you. and wants to kill you. Doesn't mean you snitch act, bro. That's not part of the code. And that's what these guys don't understand. You have mama duck in here.
Starting point is 01:51:20 Bro, both of your sons got murdered. Just chill out, go on the beach, and shut the fuck up. I'm sorry, bro. I have to tell you the truth. I swear to God if I was dirt, man, I love Chapaross. I don't want Chaparaz to hate me. I swear to God he wouldn't be reporting no more. You know what I mean.
Starting point is 01:51:41 Not in front of the federal building, man. No, I'm federal. I've been to the feds. Not in front of the federal building. I'm a federal in me. They arrested me before. I was in the feds. Fuck the feds.
Starting point is 01:51:59 Are they going to allow you back into the States or it's over? I think I'm coming to your house next week, bro. So, so, I... Nick, you see... Let me tell you something, bro. Let me tell you something, bro. Dirk's going to come on Because let me tell you
Starting point is 01:52:14 I gotta get Donald Trump To give you like a special permission or no You know I'm so crazy I was just talking to as a visor I'll try to send Donald Trump To Dirk's trial They ain't they want to do that Let me ask you one question
Starting point is 01:52:33 Before you go and I know you're busy Yeah You're telling me if Dirk beats his right now You ain't the biggest artist in the world He's the second biggest Behind Drake you know First off Connie's the biggest you know this.

Starting point is 01:54:30 There's a lot of washed niggas. I ain't going to lie. So name three. Name three rappers right now. This shit is crazy. Brother, you're talking to me, top five. Who's the top three washed artists in the industry right now? That's all I have to ask you for the night.
Starting point is 01:54:46 I'm going to leave it. Hang on your mind. The next time we get on the phone, I'm going to gab the list. But, yo, I'm going to be honest with you. The thing is, it's not even that there's not, I don't have a list of niggins that's washed. It's that being in the top three, it's like saying, name a whack rapper, and you got 15 people to choose from. Rick Ross. Now, if I say, name the top three whack rappers, you're going to be like, okay, these are the wackists of the whack. Rick Ross.
Starting point is 01:55:17 And Rick Cross is not washed? Come on, bro. You ain't getting your car listening to a fucking Rick Ross record right now. Listen, man, I need to get you back cool with a drink, man, that's what I need to do.

Starting point is 01:58:54 Why are you making it seem like it's a party? Why you ain't post a good part that when I tell everybody we're here for peace, positivity, don't be smoking, don't be doing nothing. I ain't see that part. I ain't see that part. You got to send me that part. All right. I'm saying that part.

I don't know where he wants to box that, but 6-9 say he's standing on business, man. Nah, I'm out of Eaterhouse right now. A-R-R-R-R-R- right now. Oh, Lord.

Starting point is 02:00:55 English. Oh, niggia. Only English. Only English. Only English. speak is happy ending. Yo, that course shit is so crazy. They try to make that nigga Josh, is Josh?
Starting point is 02:01:08 It looked like a goofy. Who is Josh? Is it, something with a J? Jason. Jason. They try to make Jason look like a goof. Hey, all y'all blogger, not true. I'm talking about all of them other bloggers.
Starting point is 02:01:19 Stop playing with Jason, man. Jason, a good guy, bro. I feel that too, but I ain't going to lie. In court, it was like, yo, the nigga came out and it was holding the baby as a shield. I'm like, nah, man. Stop lying on that, nigga, man. No, man.
Starting point is 02:01:33 I'm like, stop it, brother. The fans didn't come in a nigga holding the baby as a shield. Stop it. Hey, so, hey, so why you ain't reacted to what I sent you? Nigger, I reacted. Oh, no.
Starting point is 02:01:45 No, I'm talking about fuck the video. I'm talking about what I text you. Okay. Now, I'm going to repose it. That's bad. I'm reposing. If that's what, if that's what you said about, what you're called again?
Starting point is 02:01:58 If that's what you said, like, outside. the court, I'm definitely reposed. I'm supposed to right now. Are you supposed to right now? Because I'm a fair-ass, nigga. The only thing I'm telling you, bro, y'all'm going to keep it up being with you.
Starting point is 02:02:09 Niggins, I know we're going to hurt you. It's going to hurt everybody. Niggum. We're not trying to get the outcome. Hold on. We're trying to get the right outcome when it comes to this shit. We want to split out. It is going to be the way out of your outcome.
Starting point is 02:02:23 Y'all are making it seem like I'm just out there. Y'all, y'all, what up? It seemed like you're not worried. Yo, Hayden. It was good. Man, let's do it. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yo. You know what's better?
Starting point is 02:02:38 6-9 versus Dirk, when Dirk get out. Yo, man. Real quick, act. Yo. I got to send you this brand-risk card. It's the best one to date. Text me, text me. Yeah, yo, yo, yo.
Starting point is 02:02:49 Yo, Aiden, I have to apologize now, and I feel so bad. I should have been in the last one, bro. Next one, by hook or by crook, nigga. I'm there, bro. I feel so bad. Yo, yo, you're acting. The next, well, the next tour are crazy, but I'm gonna put you on this.
Starting point is 02:03:04 Next one I'm doing, bro, in October, it's gonna be crazy. You gotta come. Text me, about it. The last event was banger and shit, niggins. Thank you, bro. This one's getting even crazier. Yes. What's a call, though?
Starting point is 02:03:16 Let's be happy, yo. I would speak with Danny a little bit, or Don a little bit. Wait. He's not saying no. Danny does not want to fight. Sixth not want a fight? No, stop. I'm asking.
Starting point is 02:03:26 I'm asking. I don't know. Dude they don't want to beat the shit out of that. I don't want him to be lines about that I just want to fight. Hold on. I'm going to go ahead. Doody Lo, you get knocked out by six nine. It's over.
Starting point is 02:03:40 We're going to get a money to charity. I'm going to let him pick the charity and pay for his hospital bill. No, six-nine. Real quick, though. Dude a low, well, if it's not, is there anyone, if you give me like three people you to find him rarest, let me know right now. I'll make it happen. Yo, do it all.
Starting point is 02:03:57 Three people. If you have top three people, you want. want to fuck up in rarest let me know i'm kidding it's just one person i just see it that's all you have on the back that's all you have right now yo you know all i want to fight is him okay yo yo hold on yo we got a squash this beef and you got to get i can't make's a little bdick they're one-on-one then they're squawatt now he don't want to fight i thought no no you know you know i don't play about hey we ain't gonna do that i love well we ain't gonna do that no no a A friendly fade?
Starting point is 02:04:29 Yo, listen, I'm a bit... No, he's not down to do it, though. He's not down to do it. Man, we ain't going to do that. We ain't going to do that. We ain't going to do that. No, I think that would be good. You know, yo, put it like this.
Starting point is 02:04:38 These days, as you could tell about this dirt trial, the shooters are snitching, right? So how about we settle the problems? Allegedly. Allegedly, out. Okay, allegedly. How about we settle problems by getting the brand risk ring? You know what I mean? Win-l loser draws, shake hands.
Starting point is 02:04:55 You could walk away with differences. People walk away. with their life they have a bag that's how we saw the problem yeah right real quick because i've been out of a loop with this little dirt first of all it's free dirt everyone knows that but yeah what um what's going on with the trial shit how's that she going it's looking home man so so after today it's going to be dirk's chance to present his case he claims he has 12 witnesses and those could be like character witness or whatever that they're going to go through but about next week remember it's Labor Day weekend, right?
Starting point is 02:05:27 So next week, they claim that the whole case will be done around Wednesday, then they're going to go into deliberation. So we could probably have the verdict by Thursday. Would you say that, would you, I heard a rumor. I don't know this is true.
Starting point is 02:05:42 Would you say that like Trap or Ross as, or like you? You guys have like shit to do with like why he's even going through he's going through? Is that sure or false? No, no. I'm going to be honest with you. Like, I think that's also a false thing
Starting point is 02:05:55 where people think that it's the journalist. They're taking, actually, I'll do you want better. Dirk and his team, they wanted to use my interview with Dirk to help his case today. The judge turned it down, but they were trying, they're trying to pick and choose. They're taking little snippets. They're taking it out of context. You know, Dirk was a fun guy. Like, you know, they're trying to make it seem like he was so mad about, like, comments online.
Starting point is 02:06:22 He would kill somebody. And that's just not true. So he wanted to use a part of the interview Where he literally told me like, this is trolling. I don't care. I'm not going to do nothing And you know the judges the judge didn't let him use it which I think is wrong because You're letting them use things to make him look crazy, but you know it's a lot of he says she said you know No, I understand. I get it. You know, I'm gonna keep him my prayers But I'm hopefully while next week we have some positive things to say
Starting point is 02:06:49 I hear that you're gonna pop you're gonna pull up to court So here's my thing on that, right? How come you going to pull up, bro? Well, let me explain it. I really, really felt what Act said was good. And what I mean is, I think right now is not time to celebrate. Like, obviously I want to celebrate. No, I know it's not celebration, but what I'm saying is it's like awareness, yes.
Starting point is 02:07:09 But like, I just think right now, I want that shit to go so well. I think the whole world that wants to be afraid, obviously, like that's at me. I just think like it makes it more of a hassle for people. And I feel like that's what the media loves And they heated up. But Aaron Ross, you're Jewish, bro. You walk in that court of the jurors are going to love you. No, I'm just saying like, it's not about that.
Starting point is 02:07:31 It's just more like... Yeah, yeah. So piggyback on what are you saying? For example, Yee showed up. And by the way, of course, everybody loves Yeh. That was a great show of support. But when he walked into that courtroom, everybody from the jury to the prosecutors
Starting point is 02:07:46 stared at him for 10 minutes. They couldn't even continue with the case. You know, again, you want to show support, but you don't want to distract from someone actually facing, you know, this is the heaviest case we've ever seen. Dirk game facing 20, not 30, not 40, not 50, not 60. He's facing either life in prison or he's free. It's one of the other. There is no middle ground. There is no way that he gets 15. It's life in prison or he's free. And I think that's where it's like, hey, listen, you want to make him feel supported, but you don't want to, you know, always.
Starting point is 02:08:21 overshadow what's actually happened. And let me make that clear. I do support Derek, bro. I fucking love Derek. So I support him, but I just don't want it to be like, I'm coming. And then, like, people get upset about that. And then it's what I can't do with the case. And I could just be tripping.
Starting point is 02:08:34 But I just don't want that persona, like, the public perception to be bad on him because he deserves on a fair trial and he deserves to get out. So, yeah, no, I agree. Yeah. I mean, you said that out. Like, that's true. My, I mean, I don't know. A free dark, bro.
Starting point is 02:08:49 Free Derek, bro. Your networks. What's yours? You got watches. You got everything you want to. Who's yours? Yo, the top five tell you he's been rolling with Ye? That's my dog.
Starting point is 02:09:03 Yo, I go to Toronto. I hit him up. Yo, this guy answers the phone. He's in Spain with Ye. He, like, he's having a presidential treatment over there, man. I can know. You know, listen, this is what we all, all of us in the industry have to come together. We just have to kick out the Rick Rouse's in those guys.
Starting point is 02:09:20 So you ain't going to come self-support, huh? But I can show support from here, bro, without it being an issue, is what I'm saying? So why wouldn't you come to the court? Tell me, what's the reason? But I'm saying it's because I feel like if I come to the court, it's like, I'm not even on some celebration shit, I just think like it's more leech. It's like I'm leaching. I don't want to leech off the shit.
Starting point is 02:09:43 How is it leeching if you come in the support? Because there's other ways. Hold on, real quick, there's ways to support without it being. public and for the camera. Okay, so start doing the free smirk campaign on your live then. Of course, but I'm going to say free dirt forever. I just told you on for you.
Starting point is 02:10:02 Where are you at? You are Miami? Yeah. Let's do a free smirk string, man. I'm going to slide to you, folks. You got to come to Miami? Yeah, I'm going to come to Miami. You got to say no to that. Hey, I mean, hey, if he's coming to Miami, well, shit, I can't say

Starting point is 02:10:40 Saturday, I'm coming out there to Miami. Where you get a day? Yo, dody low, you know they're starting to say online. They said the new word for dropping the low is the duty low. Hey, to lock my number. You are the funniest. I got you. Hey, the Russ.

Starting point is 02:11:21 I already have the dates It's hot It's a And I'm gonna knock the man out Act The dates The dates October 16th in Miami Really
Starting point is 02:11:31 October 6th Okay okay I bet All right Academics I'm gonna give my Sunday Let me say to you I'm a lot act This card is crazy
Starting point is 02:11:40 though I'm gonna lie Act To virus and knock a man out Act No I mean fuck It's
Starting point is 02:11:46 I lie yeah sure Listen It's already It's already known Don't Did you see what you're fighting at 5 or no No I'd even announce I'll come to Brown,
Starting point is 02:11:53 this Miami. Well, look, top five is one of the main events we were having in the 16th of Miami. So, well, now, the, you know, we got, we have,
Starting point is 02:12:02 this will be a good car. We have a lot of good shit coming, so. Afterdo you know, listen, a girl, you'd be fucking, told me you got to pass,
Starting point is 02:12:08 Miami, you better open those doors. Hey, you know, Aiden, Aiden, I'll say this to you, and I know we've been on it for a while.
Starting point is 02:12:16 Listen, this is the second half of the year. I always look at, when I look at the year, I look at it, and halves of quarters, it's time for you, and I heard, I've seen everybody say whatever, it's time for you to turn the fuck up. There's been too much disrespect to you.
Starting point is 02:12:30 And I know you took a little break. It's time for you to, you know, obviously the brand risk are amazing. And I think it's one of the best creator events that doesn't get enough shine. But I also, you know, you got to start reminding motherfuckers who you are, man. They're playing with you a bit. I don't know if you know. They're playing with you. You know he's figured a guy's not, bro.
Starting point is 02:12:50 You know, Aiden's bigger of guys in that, bro. Hey, Dan, they're playing with you, and I know me, I look for bitch-ass niggins to play with me. You know, there's a couple media niggins who tried. I stepped on all of them. Like, I, like, I start putting the work in. I just drowned them out. That's you, too. You get what I'm saying?
Starting point is 02:13:06 And just generally. And, you know, I appreciate you guys for the words. Thank you, bro. Yeah. I really do. Thank you. Let's finish up strong. You don't understand, bro.
Starting point is 02:13:14 You don't understand. Either Ross is bigger than Kai. Bigger than speed. It's not necessarily about, like, like, like. A one-to-one thing. Bro, what do you? Listen, I. He got too much money, bro.
Starting point is 02:13:26 So he's just home. He's just home jerking off, relaxed. Hey, hey, hey, let me say this. When it comes to somebody like Aiden, it's not about the money. He's fucked off a lot of money. He's made a lot of money. He knows he will. The thing is, I know him, like, a lot of this shit.
Starting point is 02:13:44 And listen, I go through it, too, because I pioneered a lot in the media space, like new media for hip-hop. and oftentimes you got to remind people. And I'm a real, I'm going to be honest with you. I think they've been, they've been disrespect to my man, Aiden, a little bit too much from a certain list of people that just kind of just
Starting point is 02:14:03 feel like he's, you know, like he's, he's not capable or he won't. Or like he's like semi-retired. So, you know. Listen, listen, I'm going to say this,
Starting point is 02:14:13 bro. I appreciate you, but it means a lot to me. You know, it goes both ways, bro, with you. You know,
Starting point is 02:14:17 I've always had your back even when you were, come on, bro, You have my back when I would go on, go on, okay. It'll be vice versa. So I'm just saying, we've got each of this back, and that's a lot, but I appreciate you. But listen, bro, I appreciate the words. I really do, and it means a lot coming from you. So I appreciate you.
Starting point is 02:14:30 And fine, thank you as well. Let's finish up strong. Back, how are we going to get you on brand risk? As a commentator? If academics on Brown was fighting, I have $300,000. No, no, not. It got to be a rapper. Hold on.
Starting point is 02:14:44 I'm going to be honest with you. I told you, like, a rapper, like, meat, mill. I like something that could make sense because it would. have to be a headlining thing. Somebody like meat, Bill. Oh, by the way, real quick, go.
Starting point is 02:14:54 Yeah. By the way, you act. Yeah. Matter of fact, I talked to Neon. Yeah. Neon is down to fight
Starting point is 02:15:01 anywhere that makes sense. I got to get Neon to fight. Neon said, he really wants Ray. The Ray's not going to do it. Even though we're going to get Ray that money he wanted, he's still,
Starting point is 02:15:11 he's still not going to do it. I don't know. We got to get Neon a fight. I don't know. Well, well, here's the thing. I also gave Neon as flowers, man. Neon is like a huge, like, like he's really came up in the streaming world.
Starting point is 02:15:25 I think he's one of the best IRO streamers. It has to be somebody. No, no, no, fuck that. He is the best Iro streamer, bro. People got to stop disrespecting him. Bro, he changed the game, bro. He made clipping so fucking big, paying the clippers and shit. You can tell whatever you want.
Starting point is 02:15:37 Fuck all that, bro. Neon, bro. Neon, really, and by the way, Neon's, he's so consistent. That guy stays on top of his game. He levels up. Workaholic. And, and that's how to,
Starting point is 02:15:49 to him because bro I've known neon for almost 10 years now it's like bro to see what he's done fuck that he's not one of the best he is the best iro streamer and here's the thing but that's what i'm saying this got to be something that makes sense got to be something that makes sense i think neon is just a huge deal and i'm gonna be honest with all due respect to ray is like you know again i don't want disrespect ray and hopefully not find it disrespectful but like i think neon's way bigger than right so it's like i think ray um you know i don't know i don't know know if he got hands or whatever. Or maybe he doesn't want to fight.
Starting point is 02:16:23 But I think... I think there's shit in the background why he can't fight on bare risk. I think there's something that, like, obviously he's not on the internet. Because he said it on stream. He's like, you know, I can't fight there.
Starting point is 02:16:33 You know, I can't find Bram Risk. So I think he's just something behind the scenes. Because everyone's like, I'm down to fight somewhere else. But let's be honest, bro. Like, I don't need two-mile on here. Wait, wait, why would he not be able to fight on brand risk? I have no idea.
Starting point is 02:16:46 There's a clip. There's a clip of it where he's like, I can't do it on Bram Risk. you know that. And there's a couple of it. Neon, Neon was talking about it. But whatever. Is he signed with another boxing league or something?
Starting point is 02:16:58 No, bro. Fuck no. But that's, again, this is what I'm trying to say. Politics. Politics. I guess you. When, when Neon, you know, when Neon was like, why not Bram Risk? He's like, let's go find another promotion.
Starting point is 02:17:08 But, bro, let's be real. The only promotion right now that's paying people and putting on the best shows is Bram Risk. I don't even get a two-mile horn. Shot at Jordan. Shot at Jordan. So, wait, wait, what, five? What happened? So academics will take me on my brannis?
Starting point is 02:17:22 Yeah, I got me, no. I got my money on Ak. Yeah, I mean, it would never happen. I mean, of course I would, but... I wish you would happen. I got my money on academics. Hey, listen, listen, listen, I won't even ask for a price. I know Meek been trying to, like, you know, prove some point or whatever, like, whatever he agreed to.
Starting point is 02:17:39 I got the same thing with most of these rappers because I know they got an ego. Whatever you paid them, I'll take half. Like, let's just get in there. Like, yo, let's just mix it up. You know what's crazy? I can't lose. But, you know, I mean, I don't think that will happen. But, yo, when it comes to that neon situation, man, I think I know what it is.
Starting point is 02:17:58 And, you know, it's politics, bro. That's what we, you see, yo, top five. You know I in Toronto? Yo, I go to Toronto. I'm trying to link with all the artists. And then I learn about what's called politics. And that kind of dictates so much. And that's what you're talking about, Aiden.
Starting point is 02:18:15 like there's politics to a certain extent where you know maybe the the most the thing that makes the most sense might not happen because of x y and z and you don't have to get into it but it's it just it just is what it is fuck it is bro it is what it is what it is what i said bro it is what fuck all that shit we don't really care um i just know that no matter what um like bro i'm so crazy inter i'll give me an example my bad listen like we're sorry we start five you guys finish my bad bro no no no sir see so i just want to say this certain to say this certain to interrupt you guys you put us being and kaisen that they switched it on you
Starting point is 02:18:48 but that's not that's no reason even talk about that I don't even talk about that I don't be breathing if I was like I thought of it bro no no no listen I don't say credit I don't say credit God had a purpose for it has a purpose for everyone bro
Starting point is 02:19:02 all right they did what they did they pay their own ways and their biggest fuck and they're doing great but my next thing I was gonna say was when it comes to brand risk I don't care if I be with you I don't care if I love you you're a lot of flat on brandis I don't care who you are little tj little tj little tj and i got on face call with uh top five we squashed it i apologize he said i appreciate that and the next next day he DMs me and said it makes a joke about my sister who passed away so but even though
Starting point is 02:19:26 even then i'm still down to put my pride aside and figure out a way to do it it's not even because all i ain't in your leg will walk over or not it's just like i'm for the people you know what i'm saying i'm for the people and bram risk is a big thing and if people want to watch bram risk because you want to watch their favorite people get on there let's do it with me it may happen so if you're down a fight i don't give a fuck if i like you i don't like you i hate you i love you you you can get a brain risk off It's going to happen, but Hey, by the way, you know, Aidan, listen. I actually, I think you're going to have
Starting point is 02:19:50 to face a reality. The, maybe the best fight right now is shout to my man Ben to Don, but he can't commentate this fight. He got to get in the ring with Izzy Prom. He's not going to do it. You can't fuck my man's girl on his birthday?
Starting point is 02:20:06 Yo, that's crazy. You fuck my girl on my birthday. We beef it. Like, yo, we got to do more than box. Yeah. Yo, Ben to Don got to get. get in the ring with izzie you get i mean my man prime your prom came out you know you know how much it take for a man to admit you fuck my girl on my birthday it takes a lot uh listen uh listen
Starting point is 02:20:26 that situation's crazy but listen like i said bro i'm throwing ben don't react i know i know i know i know you're regardless bro uh act i'm gonna say when you're off stream i'm saying this brammer's card it's crazy i'll be honest it's it's so crazy so all right ask before i go act you listen act You got. All right, I'm out of your father. I'm talking about you, bro. Peace, bro. You know, miss, I love you, Aiden.
Starting point is 02:20:49 I put on the judge outfit. Hmm? What made you put? If you think that's the last outfit I got, wait till tomorrow. Academics, those streets will be dead if you die ever. You are the king. Yo, five, five. Hit you later.
Starting point is 02:21:07 Listen, if you ever die, I'm going to hold your casket. Five, I'm going to hit you in a little bit, nigga. I'm going to hit you a little bit. Listen, hold on the five book. I'm going to hold on the car. the divi five five right oh bro jesus christ i had to hang up man god damn all right what was that trying to play i had like something really good to play didn't have something really good to play all right cool all right all right we're not we're not going back into mama duck oh okay here we go here we go
Starting point is 02:21:48 so we got a couple updates chat we got a couple updates remember uh We're getting down to the finale here. Apparently the government's done with their case. They brought up a summary witness. So when a summary witness usually comes up, they bring up a chart. They try to connect everything, connect the dots,
Starting point is 02:22:08 connect one person's testimony to the other and how it kind of makes their case. In a summary witness, they're not there to necessarily testify to actual evidence. They're there to kind of like comment on the other evidence. It's one of the only times, you know, it's not all about exhibits to center. Actually, it is exhibits, but it's more like government-prepared exhibits with like charts and whatever. And let me play what Ross has to say.
Starting point is 02:22:36 So it's not over yet, all right? We just finished a big prosecution witness. There was an FBI agent that had a whole timeline. Basically, the FBI supervisor that supervised all the other FBI agents that worked on the case to take down Lil Dirk. Now, what was very interesting was a lot of people thought that maybe they would be playing this, you know, body cam footage of Lil Durk being arrested at the private airport. They didn't play it, but they might be playing it tomorrow. So reportedly the case, basically the prosecution's case, they're set to arrest their case by lunchtime tomorrow, which is Thursday. And they do have two more witnesses to call that apparently two different FBI agents that were involved in the operation to catch Lil Durk at the airport.
Starting point is 02:23:15 So when they didn't play that body cam, I was thinking, oh, maybe they're maybe they're being easy. on the defense, maybe they're going to let that slide and they're not going to play it. Well, actually, seems like that's going to be played tomorrow. Seems like that's going to be the last thing. I personally have been very, very much looking forward to seeing what actually went down when it came to Little Dirk's alleged attempts to flee the country. We saw all of this stuff. I told you in a previous video about there was three different flights books. He was trying to make it to Dubai. And we're hearing that multiple FBI agents went to all three different airports, technically two airports, Fort Lauderdale International Airport, Miami Public Airport. And then there's basically,
Starting point is 02:23:47 I believe some kind of private jet suite at the Miami airport, and that is apparently the one that Dirk went to. Apparently two different agents at two different locations are going to testify tomorrow about what went down with the operation to catch Dirk before we hot-tailed it out the country. And the plan is, once that's done, the prosecution are going to rest their case, and then the defence are going to start bringing witnesses. And there was a pretty fiery exchange at the end when they were talking about how that's all going to go down with those witnesses. So the government were asking if they can get a heads up on what some of these witnesses are going to say. The judge denied it. People have been.
Starting point is 02:24:17 saying, you know, the judge been playing favourites with the prosecution, but the prosecution weren't having their way at the end, basically said, look, it's on you. I can't take away the element of surprise, like, they're going to basically be able to surprise you. The judge even made a little interesting slick comment, basically said, look, you were only not allowed to look into their witnesses until basically like after the opening statements. They said, if you had a witness, if they had a witness that you wanted to send an FBI agent to their house and ask them if they would talk to you about what they're going to say, you're welcome to do it. They probably wouldn't talk to you, but you would have been welcome to do that after the opening statement. Now, there was a little
Starting point is 02:24:46 comment that seemed to indicate that perhaps one of Dirk's witnesses is going to be a family member of one of the cooperators. Now, it wouldn't be surprised me if that was one of Jam's family members. We heard this story, you know, the cross-examination, they said to Jam, oh, your family hate you, all that kind of stuff. They may be it's Bonnie's dad, Bonnie's dad out here talking crazy in public. Maybe he could be involved. But what was even more crazy is they said that it's possible, right? The defense said that they might actually be ready to wrap their whole argument up by the end of Friday and then they had a big argument about okay well do you think we can do closing statements on Friday and everyone was like well well closing statements on Friday is crazy but what
Starting point is 02:25:21 they might do they said they might not even need all of Friday the prosecution going to rest tomorrow at lunchtime the defense will hopefully they're aiming to rest sometime Friday and then they might let the jurors go home early and it's going to be closing statements on Tuesday and then we're going to get a result soon after so it's not over yet all right interesting did he said closing statement on Thursday? So a lot of this afternoon was taken up by this very senior FBI agent who was basically the supervisor of all the other FBI agents working on the case. Now there were some pretty interesting things that came up and he brought some of the open source intelligent. He kind of brought together all the things that the other FBI experts kind of said as like one big summary.
Starting point is 02:26:07 And it was very, very interesting. Now, one of the things that was brought up that I personally thought was very interesting is they didn't play the video, but they showed screenshots of the music video of the song by Boone Moe. You know that we did it. All right. The song is called, we did it. It's probably one of the biggest self-snitching anthems I've ever heard in my entire life. If you haven't heard that song, go and listen to it now, and you're just going to be shocked, all right? But not only that, if you watch the music video, I watched this music video again a couple of days ago. It's got OTF jam all up in the video, doing all the gang signs, Booney Moe's talking about, you know that we did it. They were at King Von's mural.
Starting point is 02:26:35 There's a bunch of lyrics in that song where they're basically like, look, I know for a fact that that song was recorded before the Little Pad Murder, but there was a bunch of other things that were going on around that time. A lot of people think it might have been about FPG Cash, It might have been about to get back for D-Tang. But that song is basically, it came out, the music video came out after the murder of Lord Pat. But the whole point of the song is Booney Mike. Yeah, but there was a bunch of shootings that Von even testified too.
Starting point is 02:26:59 Now, I think that's a little bit prejudicial because it goes into like gang activity. Remember, this is still conspiracy for murder for hire. I basically saying, you know that we did. All the stuff they say we were doing. Yeah, we really did it. Like, that's us. We did that. So they showed some screenshots of that.
Starting point is 02:27:11 They showed jamming the video dropping rakes. They basically just kind of, they weren't allowed to play the song. they weren't allowed to play the video. I think the jury would have been in shock if they had played the video. But it was just building up a picture. In addition to that, they also showed some Western Union transactions where Dirk had apparently sent quite a lot of money to jam while he was incarcerated. Dirk had sent him one big transaction of $990. That was probably close to the limit. He'd sent him another $200. Now, all of this was actually before King Von died, which was interesting. Okay. And then Jason, the guy that worked with him had apparently sent him numerous $100 transactions,
Starting point is 02:27:41 as well as a $500 transaction that totaled by the sounds of it to about $1,900. maybe close to $2,000. They didn't go through every single transaction, but obviously they said that there was a lot. They also talked about Dirk's kind of infamous security guard, Big Country, who unfortunately is no longer alive, rest in peace to him, but his name was brought up a few times, and there was actually a text message exchange
Starting point is 02:28:03 where Jason basically said to Dirk, you're spending extra money with country, you're using him every day to drive, ain't no way he should be charging you that when he's using your car. And what was interesting is Dirk replied, he said, I don't use him no more. The Chicago trip was the last. time but I'm gonna have him transport pipes which obviously means guns now it was
Starting point is 02:28:21 interesting because that was later brought up on cross-examination and you know the dirk's lawyer was basically trying to say well you didn't acknowledge the fact that big country was a licensed security guard but the FBI agent was pretty slick he clapped back and he said licensed in what state and the judge was like that wasn't really what she was asking but it's obviously he's inferring he's talking about he transports pipes he was the one that took the car for the black shear shooting so I think the FBI agent maybe was inferring that he might have been a little bit more involved in the criminality than was being let on, but Dirk's team were trying to clap back. So I'll tell you more about how Dirk clap back against
Starting point is 02:28:54 this FBI agent in a minute, but that's everything I got for now. So a lot... Okay, all right. Trappler Ross. What about this? So we had this serious, this senior FBI agent on the stand at the Dirk trial earlier, and he was basically the FBI agent that supervised all the other FBI agent. Did we just play this? Much of it. So we had this serious, this senior FBI agent on the stand at the Dirk trial. trial earlier and he was basically the FBI agent that supervised all the other FBI agents. He was the big boss of the FBI agents that were looking into Dirk. And he was basically
Starting point is 02:29:34 explaining and summarizing sort of everything that everyone else did. Now, Dirk's lawyer, I think it's Marissa Goldberg, uh, actually had an opportunity to clap back. And she made some really, really good points and went to bat for Dirk. But this FBI agent was sharp. I don't know if he was a sharp as Voni, but he was very, very, very, oh, we did it, right? Okay. Thank you. Um, all right. So I think we're, so I think we're, We're kind of getting this idea. We're kind of getting this idea that this case won't be done. Maybe it might even go another extra week.
Starting point is 02:30:08 But it's crazy because the government's done and rested their case. They've rested their case. Okay, here we go. Prosecutions say they would rest tomorrow by lunchtime. The defense said they would rest by Friday. Whoa. By Friday? Which Friday?
Starting point is 02:30:40 Next Friday? Or this Friday. Wait, hold on. Give me one second. I know y'all saying I'm drunk, but I didn't listen to the whole thing here. I'm sorry. Trap has it, I know. It's not over yet, all right.
Starting point is 02:31:04 We just finished a big prosecution witness. There was an FBI agent that had a whole timeline. Basically, the FBI supervisor that supervised all the other FBI agents that worked on the case to take down Lil Dirk. Now, what was very interesting was a lot of people thought that maybe they would be playing this, you know, body cam footage. of Lil Durk being arrested at the private airport. They didn't play it, but they might be playing it tomorrow. So reportedly the case, basically the prosecution's case, they're set to arrest their case by lunchtime tomorrow, which is Thursday.
Starting point is 02:31:32 And they do have two more witnesses to call that apparently two different FBI agents that were involved in the operation to catch Lil Durk at the airport. So when they didn't play that body cam, I was thinking, oh, maybe they're being easy on the defense, maybe they're going to let that slide and they're not going to play it. Well, actually, seems like that's going to be played tomorrow. like that's going to be the last thing. I personally have been very, very much looking forward to to seeing what actually went down when it came to Little Dirk's alleged attempts to flee the country.
Starting point is 02:31:58 We saw all of this stuff. I told you in a previous video about there was three different flights books. He was trying to make it to Dubai. And we're hearing that multiple FBI agents went to all three different airports, technically two airports, Fort Lauderdale International Airport, Miami Public Airport. And then there's basically, I believe, some kind of private jet suite at the Miami airport. And that is apparently the one that Dirk went to. Apparently two different agents at two different locations are going to testify tomorrow about what went down with the operation to catch dirt before we hot tailed it out the country. And the plan is, once that's done, the prosecution are going to rest their case, and then the defence are going to start bringing
Starting point is 02:32:31 witnesses. And there was a pretty fiery exchange at the end when they were talking about how that's all going to go down with those witnesses. So the government were asking if they can get a heads up on what some of these witnesses are going to say. The judge denied it. People have been saying, you know, the judge had been playing favourites with the prosecution, but the prosecution weren't having their way at the end. Basically said, it's on you. I can't take away the element of surprise, like they're going to basically be able to surprise you. The judge even made a little interesting slick comment basically said, look, you were only not allowed to look into their witnesses until basically like after the opening statements. They said if you had a witness, if they had a
Starting point is 02:33:02 witness that you wanted to send an FBI agent to their house and ask them if they would talk to you about what they're going to say, you're welcome to do it. They probably wouldn't talk to you, but you would have been welcome to do that after the opening statement. Now, there was a little comment that seemed to indicate that perhaps one of Dirk's witnesses is going to be a family member of one of the cooperators. Now, it wouldn't be. surprised me if that was one of Jam's family members. We heard this story, you know. By the way, I think it's weakest shit that the government's trying to use
Starting point is 02:33:26 Dirk, book and flight as part of their case. Bro, he's a street nigga. Whether it's guilty or innocent, he's not going to want police contact. How does that prove he did a murder for hire? But anyway. The cross-examination, they said to Jam, oh, your family hate you, all that kind of stuff. They may be it's Vonny's dad, Vonny's dad out here talking crazy
Starting point is 02:33:50 in public, maybe he could be involved. But what was even more crazy is they said that it's possible, right? The defense said that they might actually be ready to wrap their whole argument up by the end of Friday. And then they had a big argument about, okay, well, do you? Oh, so this Friday? Oh, shit. I think we could do closing statements on Friday? And everyone was like, well, well, closing statements on Friday is crazy. But what they might do, they said they might not even need all a Friday. The prosecution going to rest tomorrow at lunchtime. The defense will, hopefully, they're aiming to rest sometime Friday. And then they might let the jurors go home early. And it's going to be closing statements on Tuesday and then we're going to get a result soon after.
Starting point is 02:34:22 Ooh. Okay, my bed. I'm sorry, I let you all listen to that twice. Closing statement on Tuesday, that means Wednesday and Thursday. Wednesday and Thursday. It's going to be deliberation time. Wow, that's going to be interesting. Chat, oh, what I was trying to get to you while these guys were on the phone.
Starting point is 02:34:50 Bro, we finally figured out. who Trina is. So Trina supposedly is one of Dirk's baby mamas. And I go a lot of you man. This is why like, you know, sometimes I sit here and I trash like, you know, single baby moms and, you know, for my chat queens, you know, I don't really have nothing against y'all if you do fall
Starting point is 02:35:05 in that category. But because you imagine Dirk is fighting for his life? There's an old message. This is not some shit he concocted or texted like today. This is fucking old. This is a old text message that supposedly he wrote. And he has his baby. You know what niggis fight with
Starting point is 02:35:21 they baby mama all the time. You love her, you hate her, you love her again. You hate her when she's pissing you off. You love her when she's taking care of your kid. Right? Bro, Lil Dirk baby mom goes on Instagram, supposedly this is a Trina girl. And she start doing the wildest shit in fucking history.
Starting point is 02:35:46 Okay? So they said apparently the Trina on Dirk's Opelis was not the rapper. It says baby mama and she posted this. So she's on Instagram like an emotional female. Dirk's fighting for his life. And look what she's writing. Look, she posts a message between her and Dirk.
Starting point is 02:36:07 It says, and it's like knockoff. And I guess she says, so you be acting clueless. Then she kind of maps out everything else. But she says, this not because today you know how I feel about you. I really love you. I don't love them, but I got love for them, meaning da-da-da. and she says bye, beat it, I'm not the one. That ass was bitter.
Starting point is 02:36:27 I changed my number on the whole family calling around, asking about me and for me. How did his baby mama while he's facing life in prison make it about her? This is the worst type of baby mom is to have. See, she hasn't saved it with baby daddy. She said, man, this last post brag to your baby mom about my op ass, though, gone. Where's the post? And definitely did. L-O-L.
Starting point is 02:36:51 I told her how good yo shit is. So she's acting like Dirk tells told her that he's telling India how good this woman's shit is, whatever you want to think that is. Ain't that disgusting? How's the father of your child? Have some respect for your child. You know, it's not even got to be Dirk. Have some respect for your child.
Starting point is 02:37:14 His father or her father is facing life in prison. And you know what you do? some goddamn bullshit by over here posting this nonsense trying to like expose him of maybe he sent you a message that seemingly was lusting after you and you want now because you feel embarrassed because you're on an op-less. It's old. This shit is old as dirt.
Starting point is 02:37:39 It's old as dirt. Why would you bring it up? Why would you bring it up? There's a few other pages I posted it. Anyway, man. Anyway, let me play deny. And I'll. Damn, this nigga has, he got mad updates.
Starting point is 02:38:15 What's up? It's your boy, tonight, day 10 at the LDirk trial. Off the bat, as soon as we got from lunch, the feds established that Jam was sending Booney Mode's information to Jason Smith. All the flights were booked on Jason Smith's card in which we knew. And is that card, MX card that's connected to Little Dirk through Astronauts, LFC. Dirt started sending Jam money around April the 8th, 2020. King Vaughn was still alive.
Starting point is 02:38:41 Jason Smith started. sending money to jam when he was in prison on 5-5 2014 so it's not possible that dirt commits the relationship with jam okay i think i got the rest of the text check this out chat look at this bullshit pray you never have a baby mama like this bro this is her i guess so she's showing dirk's messages i promise you i owe you whatever you want because you make me love And trust, and I want to know I could, and know I could depend on you, baby, baby mama. You got me. I want to buy you something.
Starting point is 02:39:23 I'm glad you're in my BM. So that's what Dirk said to her. Bro, she's so emotional. She don't realize Dirk would never want you. He got India. But now she's trying to, like, get her five minutes of fame by trying to shame him. And then she also puts, I definitely did, L.O.L. I told her how good your shit is.
Starting point is 02:39:44 Like, come on. Look at this. She says a real op. Yes, I was in 2019. I was. She said, I was. I got rid of both of our kids. Hmm?
Starting point is 02:39:55 What the fuck? I got rid of both of our kids and stop fucking on, and stop fucking on your ass. And you couldn't come through my phone no more. So I guess like, she's claiming, you know, these women are delusional. Like, she thinks it's a flex to be like, oh, I cut you off and aborted your child. Like, this is ridiculous. I'm gonna be respectful because this situation bigger and I know your heart just like everybody else Um around you know how you feel about me in real life today
Starting point is 02:40:24 Yo this is a chick who's been jealous that he's been with India this whole time She said be cool because I ain't the one Yo this bitch retarded she don't realize Dirk did not say nothing The feds have exposed Dirk's message from motherfucking six years ago How are you going back in time and trying to blame Derek? And then she says, it's still free you, though, bitch. I know your heart. Everybody in your circle know that everybody.
Starting point is 02:40:54 I'm the coolest laid back. Whatever your ass got. You can't stand now. I tune your ass out if it ain't about our son. Now carry on. Old or not, that shit embarrassing. Knowing how you feel about me in real life. This chick that I told you, these chicks are main character of syndrome, bro.
Starting point is 02:41:11 she's making it about him about her talking about you know you love me you know i'm the bitch you can't get over why would you call me an op you only call me an op because i cut you up this shit is retarded dog look at this she she's posted more messages and it's like knockoff that's what dirks says so you'd be acting clueless okay he says uh how i feel about you bob like said bye beat it i'm not the one that was bitter i changed my number on the whole family Okay, this one is crazy And I guess Dirk texts For what bitch, you just hurt my feelings
Starting point is 02:41:47 I at least expect that shit out of you I would never fuck with you no more And she's saying mad I moved on Wasn't you calling your BM Tamika after the big jam concert Asking about me Trying to call me On three way we're heard to talk
Starting point is 02:42:04 Cause da da da da da da All your BMs know how you feel about me All they know and Yo tagging on line sadly I know bitch like this. Like, yo, bro, why are you posting messages from like 10 years ago? Like, what's going on? Bro, what are you doing? Like, yo, yo, she's beefing with Dirk like Dirk diss her today. Yo, this is a delulu one. I can't cap. Don't call my bluff. Bro, he's in court. Fight for us. What are you talking about? Yo, Dirk, this is a delusional one, bro. The feds exposed your messages.
Starting point is 02:42:41 and she's beefing with the feds. Here's the Dirk message. I promise you, I owe you whatever, whatever, whatever, da, da, da, da, da, da. She posts in the same message, man, time's over. She says a real op. Y'all be cool, though. The internet, we be in real life with it, though. Bro, what do you talk about in real life?
Starting point is 02:43:02 Dirk is facing life. I guess she said the truck. Dirk says, yeah, something got it. It should be a couple days. You'll get it. So I guess he bought her a truck. Everybody around him know how we've feel about me until this day on my soul.
Starting point is 02:43:17 You don't want me pregnant or moving on. Yo, how does these fucking dog-faced ass chicks make you facing life in prison about them, bro? She's posting his messages while the nigger is, I hate that you fucking, no lie, but it's selfish of me. And she says, we all know how bitter baby dads could get. get right. Yeah. Free you, though.
Starting point is 02:43:50 She said, man, this is my last post. Bragg to your baby mom about my op-ass, though. I told her, whatever, whatever. Then she posts, stop calling my motherfucking phone. To my Lil Dirk's kids and baby moms. Damn. What the fuck? Little Dirk and got everybody in?
Starting point is 02:44:09 Oh, this is crazy. This guy has a litter. Oh, so they're trying to do this to fuck with India to say he was with India in, 2019 and 2022, yet he was messaging them girls net. Come on, bro. It's smirky-o, nigga. Bro, it's smirkyo, man.

He's not making no goddamn songs about you, nigga. He got five songs about, well, actually, 15 songs about India. Bro, know your role, man.
Starting point is 02:45:05 What you're trying to get India a little bit upset? She's trying to support the nigga right now. You support your kid, man. Like, yo, none of you got your ass on out of there, just be happy trying to take care of his kid, man. Get the fuck out of here. These chicks trying to be the main character so bad. That's the thing when you got like 20 baby moms, man.
Starting point is 02:45:28 They all really jealous of the main bitch you chose. Because they know, just like I said about women, a woman's baby daddy, that's her first round pick. A man's, not baby mama. The woman, a man's settled down. That's his first pick. You feel what I'm saying? Remember a woman, like once you have a kid,
Starting point is 02:45:48 that's first round of the draft already. With a nigger is once you wipe up Shorty, That's the first round pick That's what it is The nigga got married to her Yeah Jaila I hate to tell you Sorry baby

It's going to be her and her kids. Your ass is going to be hitting up India saying, yeah, could you tell Smirk? Yeah, could you tell him his son or his daughter need this? He ain't text you in and do nothing. You got triggered because the feds posted him at that time. Y'all probably made up after that.
Starting point is 02:49:11 He posted, he texted his man's at that time that he wasn't fucking with you. You was on his op-less. Nicky, you're his baby mom. He's going to beef with you, be cool with you. Be-for-you-coof-you-coot-with-you. Yo goofy ass is coming out while he's on trial for fucking murder for hire trying to beef with him like his six years ago.

Take a ticket and getting fucking line, man. If you ain't India, we don't give a fuck about what you got going on, man. Take a fucking ticket and get in line.

Starting point is 02:50:13 Shut the fuck up! And my man tried to beat his case first, man. God damn horrors, man. This shit is ridiculous, bro. Man, all right, man. This bitch felt it was her time to, like, talk back to a nigga who was shackled in court,
Starting point is 02:50:38 bro. This is... It don't matter if they've been fucking, brother. You don't get it. A chick that would make it about herself when you're facing life. Nigger, that could, I haven't going to lie to you. Well, I wouldn't talk about his mama, mama. But, bro, any person that would do that,
Starting point is 02:51:03 nigga, anybody making dirk, like any selfish situation with dirt for the next week, bro, you got to be able to start to see people's true colors. They can't even support you or. the fuck up or be like, you know what? Wait till his ass get out. I'm gonna put it on him, pause. Like, I'm gonna get at him about him. Yo ass is trying to cause drama, stress, distractions.
Starting point is 02:51:29 You know, every blog is looking at him in hip hop. And yo ass, nigga, you was a baby mama. You are a cumberseptical? Why the fuck is you talking this week, man? Nick, talk next week, nigga? The fuck? Anyway, don't have anything on that front. Bro, she crashed out over this, bro.
Starting point is 02:52:24 I wonder if Buttercup is FBG butter, like for real for a Government has two more witnesses Expect to rest tomorrow, defense today may rest by tomorrow or Friday It's no way they put on 12 witnesses It's no way they have They did say they have someone for 10 minutes though
Starting point is 02:52:45 Which is like, huh? They're like, we got a really important witness but it's going to be Like 10 minutes or something you're like Closings planned for Tuesday Okay This is what Doo Lowe sent me. I didn't even know what it was I was supposed to it Brother fight for his life in there.
Starting point is 02:53:11 An innocent man is fight for his life. So y'all can do what y'all do after the stream. We come in as peace. We come in as unity. You know what I'm saying? His family's here. I'm here. Neon's here.
Starting point is 02:53:24 Y'all are here. It's more important to see the support that he has. You know what I'm saying? They're trying to make it seem like he has a bad influence on the world, which he doesn't change people's lives for the better. My brother fight for his life in there. innocent man is fight for his life so y'all can do what y'all do after the stream we go we come in as peace we come in as unity you know what I'm saying we his family's here I'm here knee eyes here y'all here
Starting point is 02:53:52 is more important to see the support that he has you know what I'm saying they trying to make it seem like he has a bad influence on the world which he doesn't change people lives for the better my brother fight for his life in there innocent man that's fight for his life life So y'all can do what y'all do after the stream. We come in as peace. We come in as unity. You know what I'm saying? His family's here.
Starting point is 02:54:17 I'm here. Neon's here. Y'all are here. It's more important to see the support. All right. Woody said Dirk will win his case 100%. Fax are OTFJM not a credible witness. Flock are not a credible witness.
Starting point is 02:54:32 They're criminals. They've committed murder and whatever else you could think of. Dirk spent his time making music and working to become a better musician. That sounds like wishful thinking But shit If it works, it works If it works, it works I'm not gonna knock it
Starting point is 02:54:47 I'm not gonna knock it still Okay Okay Let me see this Somebody's given a Somebody's given a reason Why Dirk is gonna beat this Let's listen to this
Starting point is 02:55:13 Tell me if this sounds like facts Or Cap Here we go Here we go Here we go Here we go Here we go
Starting point is 02:55:22 I get cross-examined on the stand. I'm truly starting to believe that there is a path for Lil Dirk to get out of this. And OTIF Vani's credibility could be the main reason. Because the defense just spent hours showing the jury how much access Vani actually had. Vani was Dirk's personal assistant. He lived with him at a period of time. He had access to his AMAX card.
Starting point is 02:55:45 He had access to his Uber. He knew his social security number. He could book things. He could move around. He could do whatever he needed to do. Not only that, out of Barney's own mouth, he's the one that planned the entire thing. He purchased the tickets. He got the stolen license plates.
Starting point is 02:56:00 He even got the ski mask. He said that on the stand himself. So the defense is basically arguing that Vani could have did this himself. He had access to everything. So the defense could really ask the jury a simple question. If Vani had the access, the money, the knowledge, and the ability to pull this off himself. And if Vani said out of his own mouth that he planned it down to Skulley, opening the scene out, how do we know that Dirk told him to? What evidence do we have that Dirk
Starting point is 02:56:27 told him to do it? And then there's Vani's connection to King Vonn. The defense is arguing that Vani had his own motives and his own reasons and his own anger about the situation because his love for King Vonn. Vonn. Vonnie said out of his own mouth that King Vonn and him were like, they were like family. They grew up together. He loved him like a cousin. They thought they were cousins at a moment. Their families were close. Everybody was close. So yeah, Dirk could be mad about what happened to King Vaughn, but who would be more mad? Vani. Vani could be just as angry, and that's what the defense is arguing.
Starting point is 02:57:00 Vani had his own reasons and his own motive. But not only that, there's an even bigger problem for Vani. Vani's already pled guilty, and he's cooperating, right? He said on the stand that he just wants to go home and jail is not for him. Okay, but you know what else? They played in court? They played some damaging jail calls, where Vani is talking about treating his testimony like a job interview and that he was basically going to say whatever he needed to say to make sure
Starting point is 02:57:26 that he goes home. There's jail calls of him saying that and they played it in court for the jury. So now the jury's going to have to ask and really think about it. Can they trust, fully trust, what Vani is telling them? And that's where reasonable doubt comes in. The government has to prove Lil Dirk's guilt without a reasonable doubt. The defense does not have to prove that Vani did all of this by himself. And after hearing the cross-examination, There's definitely reasonable doubt. Now, Vani is officially off the stand, and it's up to the jury to decide. If they do not believe that Vani is a credible person and they have doubts, reasonable doubt,
Starting point is 02:58:04 this could all be now leaning in Lil Dirk's favor. I think there's a real chance. I think Dirk has a real chance. We are at the tail end of everything, so I think we'll probably be finding out the fate of this entire case by next week. But we'll see what happens. I'll be here to the very end. Stay tuned for more. Dre-oh. Now, I have just seen...
Starting point is 02:58:23 Okay, okay, okay. I see a lot of people also saying, I think Setti Nash said it. So I guess we should address it. Was it Settie Nash? Just make sure. Yeah. He said it on Twitter.
Starting point is 02:58:43 Real Sidi Nash on Twitter. He said something that we need to be very honest and address, which is him saying that Here we go. They said, hold on. Where is that? Where is that?
Starting point is 02:59:07 Damn, that was three hours ago. Did I miss it? Here we go. Okay. Fes showed exhibits that Vani, Jammin, Flock, were lying. Their plea deals are on the clock. The Uber records showed there was no movement from the Uber Ultima that night. I called it out.
Starting point is 02:59:35 They kept on saying it. Let me just say this. It's very important we talk about the idea of this plea deal. The plea deals that all three of these gentlemen took does not hinge on conviction of smirk. It hinges on truthfulness on the stand. Also, truthfulness on the stand includes admitting any other time you've lied.
Starting point is 03:00:01 Okay? The only thing that could void these guys' cooperation all right the only thing that could avoid these guys' cooperation is if they lied during this trial if they lied before to the officers
Starting point is 03:00:16 if they lied to smirk if they lied to anybody it doesn't matter they the 5K1 letter is not it's not dependent on the result it's dependent on the action of cooperating
Starting point is 03:00:30 so based on that whether or not the government secures a conviction of Dirk. As long as the government can't say that, you know, either one of those guys got up there and lied and really tried to, you know, it has to be something where it's not just a lie
Starting point is 03:00:53 or like you forgot something, like, you know, maybe, it has to be, oh, you intentionally lied. They're going to get their 5K1 letter. Now, granted, because a 5K1 letter, all it does in general is to allow the government to go below the mandatory. The mandatory in this case is life. So they're going to get a 5K1 letter. Now, what is this letter going to say? The letter is going to say, depending on how great they did, hey, this person significantly was a major part.
Starting point is 03:01:27 They were the main witness and, like, you know, basically they could give you gold stars in what they were. write on this letter that when the government thinks about it or when the court thinks about it, they'll be like, you know what? Not only did he testify, he testified shown remorse. He testified wanting to curb this behavior. He testified in trying to stop criminality and hold other people accountable. That's what, the judge say, you know what? I'm going to, of course, he could go down from life to anything. By the way, he can still give you life. But at that point, he could say, you know what, given all things, has this record, this and this past, I'll go down to 10 years. It does not matter if Dirk gets convicted.
Starting point is 03:02:14 So this idea, anyone who says that the plea deals that these guys took are in jeopardy, it is not, unless there is a clear lie. By the way, I don't think none of them went up there and played games. People said flaka sounded believable. Jam, you know, obviously he admitted when he did lie previously, but it looked like he was trying to tell the truth or there's nothing that is, you know, there's nothing that that's making him look like he's perjuring himself. So these guys are all going to get their 5K1 letter regardless of if dirt comes over now. Okay. They answered every question. They didn't play games.
Starting point is 03:02:49 You know, you know, the YSell-Witty thing is, oh, let me play a little bit of games. They play no games. They answered every question. Okay. It's on the feds to do the rest of the job. Okay. Here we go. They said the feds did their thing. today. I got to give credit where credits do. I mean, they're supposed to do the thing. They're clothes in their case. They showed a video of Jason getting arrested. The video was six minutes and 30 seconds. Okay. Turns out that damn six minutes and 30 seconds were spent calling Dirk, booking a flight to Dubai, from Miami to New Jersey, from Miami to New Jersey, to Zurich to Switzerland and off to Dubai. Now, we're probably going to hear more from these
Starting point is 03:03:36 guys who were in court. Remember, it took six minutes for a day. near Jason to walk out that house. If they could prove that in the six minutes, he calls Dirk, he tells Dirk, they're at my house, yo, you need to get on a flight, and he books a flight with his phone. Remember, Jason's a flight booker. So if he calls Dirk and books a flight for Dirk, six in the six minutes of the feds being outside of his crib, the feds are outside of his crib. Remember, his son goes out first.
Starting point is 03:04:10 He takes six minutes to come out. And he's finding a way to get Dirk out of Dodge. That is pretty damning, if you ask me. If you ask me. It says Dubai and UAE doesn't have formal bilateral extradition treaties with the United States. They do allow United States citizens to be extradited. Ask the boy Antonio Brown. We're going to get some videos soon.
Starting point is 03:05:06 with chat, court is over. Marissa Goldberg said, you know where Dirk is from, Chicago. That's what FBI agent Burke says, Cody Burke. We're about. He's from Lamron, and there's laughing in the audience. Be specific. Normal Avenue.
Starting point is 03:05:25 They show a text message in court from Dirk. She discussed that this was when she was in, he was in Philadelphia. She did not read the text aloud. She said, these motherfuckers I hate and got something against me. Cuando 69YB was on the list. The defense asked again to submit another clip from academics.
Starting point is 03:05:42 Podcasts. Maris Gober, you could agree with me. The podcast was three and a half hours. Did you go through the full podcast? They said, no, they didn't. FBI agent Burke said little Dirk was not on a search warrant for October 24th, 2024. FBI memo discovered a second flight book for Dirk Banks.
Starting point is 03:06:01 The second one being a private flight from Miami to Dubai at 9 p.m. Hmm. They testified, Dirk changed his number 17 times. I don't think that's an admission of guilt. Prosecution said they will arrest by tomorrow at lunch. The defense said they will arrest by Friday. We're unsure if Dirk, Wilson, or Lindsay will testify. Prosecution said today, they got a phone for Boneymo during their search warrant on that day.
Starting point is 03:06:24 So they hit Boneymoe with a search warrant. You know, I asked Dutty Low. I said, duty low. I said they hit Jason. Is that his name? They hit Jason with flashbangs and whatever, and they ran up in his crib. Did they do that to you and Dutilo avoided the question? Right?
Starting point is 03:06:45 Dutilo avoided the question. So if Dutelo avoided the question, yeah, Dutilo avoided the question. And I'm going to take that to mean it probably happened. Why is Dutelo not charged? Could be a grand jury situation. Could be a thing where he might be on the next case. This was always, I think the feds planned a very short, non-complicated trial where they didn't want too many moving parts. They didn't want to get into too many theories about too many different beefs that maybe Dirk has.
Starting point is 03:07:27 They wanted to keep it simple. Dirk lost a friend and artist and a fellow gang member. King Vaughn died November 6th, 2020. After that, he was upset. He wanted revenge. Fans trolled him about getting revenge. and 6-9 made it popular to talk to him or disrespect him about not getting revenge. He then tried to get revenge throughout 2021 by trying to go to Cuando Rondo Show,
Starting point is 03:07:56 going down there to Blackshirt, Georgia, and by 2022, they get the drop on him in L.A. Dirk is so desperate for this to happen. He authorizes these guys to grab whoever and to make this hit happen. When the hit happens, he finds out later, The intended guy wasn't hit, but he was so thirsty. He was happy that somebody got killed. Okay? And yeah, that's going to be the narrative, chat.
Starting point is 03:08:24 That's the narrative, right? So is that going to work? Is that enough? The main people who connect Dirk seemingly are cooperants. Nothing dead to rights. No audio conversations. Nothing in text that says, yo, I'm going to pay you. nothing seems to be of an agreement.
Starting point is 03:08:47 If you ask me, I think Dirk knew about it. If you asked me at my core, could I say Dirk paid for it or Dirk ordered it via payment? I can't say that. I can't say that. So I would see reasonable doubt to not convict him of murder for hire. Similarly, conspiracy to commit murder. But the stalking,
Starting point is 03:09:14 the stalking, I think I would convict him of. But here's the thing. When the stalking resulted in death using a deadly weapon, you're still facing life. But it's not mandatory life. You're facing life. So that he could get 20 years on. But if one of the murder for higher charges are believed,
Starting point is 03:09:35 it's cooked. It's over. If he gets convicted for murder for hire, he gets convicted for murder. Okay, so murder for hire. conspiracy to commit murder in aid of racketeering. Yeah. Remember theacademy.
Starting point is 03:10:02 blog, you guys could go check that out. Remember, you guys could go see, click on here. You will see joint instructions for the jury. It's joint instructions for the jury. I'll read it in a second. Why so Woody just made this video. They ain't show y'all the rest of that damn video. I ain't be going to sit in jail for no motherfuckers y'all crazy hell.

Starting point is 03:11:17 And your ass want to be stupid Your ass got to go to jail And deal with being stupid That would happen when you be stupid Everybody mad to be Be mad at the goddamn problem That's all damn problem Y'all too busy
Starting point is 03:11:31 I always put y'all input on ignorance And y'all put ignorance on top of itting the ass And y' y'all talk about me I don't talk about me then I don't give a fuck With your eating ass I ain't doing no motherfucker Jail time for nobody

It's on my son in life. Thurk ain't that motherfuckie's life. I ain't never felt this bad for nobody that I don't want to, you know.
Starting point is 03:12:04 Damn, I wish I could help that so bad, bro. I don't go sit in jail for dirt. For somebody that's not heard about dirt. I would sit in jail for dirt. It's on my son in life. when we do get somebody like that, they're real like that. We're supposed to take care of them. We're supposed to protect them.
Starting point is 03:12:21 I would sit in jail for dirt. It's on my son. Okay. He switched up really fast. Okay. Okay. What's this? This is Mow 3 killer. What the fuck?
Starting point is 03:12:44 They said a detective while interrogating Mothri's killer. They told him he's going to be all over say cheese if you don't confess. Say your face gonna be over and say cheese. If a nigga gets you to snitch on yourself by saying you're gonna be on say cheese, bro. You're cooked. You're cooked, chat. You're fucking cooked. What's this about?
Starting point is 03:13:16 A motherfucker gonna have to pay. One way or another. I don't care how it get done. But a motherfucker gotta pay for how they handle. treated me and all the other shit. And this ain't about nobody. This about every motherfucking weapon that formed against me that still ain't prospered yet.
Starting point is 03:13:39 This about that. See, I'm a child of God for shit show. Like 100,000%. But I'm not no gibrony, my nigga. I'm not to be played with, my nigga. I promise you on if I'm a stamp something and I'm keeping notes. is motherfuckers when I see
Starting point is 03:13:57 Mine look, it's going to take 10,000 people to hold me back It's going to take the Lord himself to grab The chop Because motherfuckers got to pay I got some niggas on to smack the shit Out of you list I promise you, niggas better be rolling around
Starting point is 03:14:14 this bitch with security Because if I'm if it, stay the fuck around me If you don't trust me, stay the fuck around me If you feel that it's something In the hell with me stay the fuck around me because motherfuckers be projecting their own selves on the nigger
Starting point is 03:14:30 if you think I'm disloyal stay the fuck around me if you think I ain't that if you think I ain't that the motherfucker that's supportive in your in your frequency stay the fuck for around me
Starting point is 03:14:42 if I'm a snake stay the fuck for around me don't come around me stay over there if I'm gay stay the fuck for around me all right we're gonna We just going to pray for Ennally Chappell.
Starting point is 03:15:01 I don't know what to play you. Ennally, we love you, bro. Is he told him a young boy or some shit? We don't know what's going on, man. We don't know what's going on, bro. Who got an update for me, chat? Something there. So we're going to have Brian Steele.
Starting point is 03:16:03 We're going to have Bratford Cohen on tomorrow. Okay? Brifor Cohen is going to be on tomorrow. And it's important. I see him say something interesting. and he says the government actually are kind of on their A game, even though he feels like there's still a bunch of mistakes. He said the government usually goes too much with overdoing it with witnesses.
Starting point is 03:16:30 He said this case, they've gone bare bones. They got the main cooperators. There's three guys. That's the majority of the case. The other stuff is the FBI work. And that's kind of all they need. They have GPS. They have surveillance video.
Starting point is 03:16:48 And all they need was the three cooperators. They didn't need to drag this out too long. Okay. So we start off today with day eight. Everybody calls the day 10. I'm calling it day eight. It is what it is. So the judge talks about the case.
Starting point is 03:17:01 And the case basically is going to be done next week. We're going to have the last and the last witnesses and jury instructions and all of these things and all that stuff. And such as the matter, so on, so forth and so forth and so on. So on Tuesday. we will be having closing statements. I kind of knew it was going to come down to that. You know, we're not saying shout out to the feds, but, you know, the feds basically,
Starting point is 03:17:24 they stayed on time. They didn't belabor too much. They did what they did. There was some BS that they put in. It was some shit that they put in. It was a whole bunch of things that they put in. We're going to get into all that in just a moment. But I wanted to break that news to you guys that, hey, man.
Starting point is 03:17:38 The case is going to be over with Dirk verdict. I think we'll reach that dang verdict. by like maybe dare I say Wednesday afternoonish that's what I'm thinking that's what I'm banking on man and it's either going to be a not guilty
Starting point is 03:17:56 or God forbid a mistrial man I'm saying it's going to be either not guilty mistrial I don't see how you can go with the testimonies and we'll be doing full recaps in a moment of every day just to get all some hidden shit that a lot of people didn't know but yeah expect this trial to
Starting point is 03:18:12 officially wrap itself up not a verdict But wrap yourself up with closing statements done on Tuesday. So we start off today with day eight. Everybody. So we have an odd moment in the courtroom where we're sitting there and we watch this age. He comes about his credentials. He talks about a whole bunch of stuff, bro. And basically he sits here and they play a video.
Starting point is 03:18:38 And the video is about six minutes and 30-some seconds off. And what the video shows is that at 6 a.m. in Chicago where they start hitting everybody's house They go to Jason Smith house. It's a search warrant. It's not an arrest warrant. Nobody's under arrest. They came to collect things, right? And this is what I want people to understand. We got set up by the government so cold. The government did this shit so goddamn cold that I had to give them credit for this shit. They played a six minute video and they talked about. it being six minutes and the crowd is kind of like what the hell is going on we find out later that jason smith did something within those six minutes according to the feds and the feds proven with phone records what that shit is man you got to wait to the end because it gets crazy so we have an odd moment in the court wait why didn't you just say it yeah the odd thing they did was i think it did was book flights which hang on line
Starting point is 03:19:47 It's such a horrible look. It's such a horrible look. Before they did not, day 10 at the LDirt trial. Listen, Attorney Goldberg just cooked the feds. And I'm going to get it straight into it. Vani purchased the phones at Verizon using Dirk's credit card. Vani had access to Dirk's. No.
Starting point is 03:20:14 That he said that text message of all of his list of ops that had Trina, NBA young boy, Cuando Rundo, Punk, the feds. basically he was saying that those are the people that he did not want to show up at his show in philly even though the feds tried to use that as example and to illustrate a threat towards condo condo rondo and trina any reasonable person is not going to say that dirk is sliding oh so it's not an op-lis it's basically don't let these motherfuckers into my show list on trina even though she was number one on the ob list for whatever reason i don't know dirk vani India, Dirk's kids and his mother-in-law were at his house in Encino on the 18th and the 19th of 2022.
Starting point is 03:21:01 The BMW tracker on the 16th, it was rented. It wasn't tracked until the feds determined or decided, according to Vani, when the co-conspiracy began. And mind you, when Vanny was arrested by the feds, he admitted that he had all of Dirk's information, all of India's information, all of his, I thought it was his mother as far as. as Dirk mother, he was talking about India's mother-in-law because he stole all of their information when he was at that house between the 16th and the 20th of 2022. That's according to his testimony and what I just heard and I'm inferencing it. So the BMW tracker was on the whole time when Jason decided to rent it on the 16th. But the fed say that they only tracked the BMW with their little exile sheet at the point when the murder conspiracy has a
Starting point is 03:21:52 already started and i wrote but how does he know when it started and then they pulled up government exhibit 430 816 2020 that was when the car was rented vani testified that he got a call out of the blue but that call is not on the list that they're using so attorney goldberg told uh the fbi agent so you don't know what you don't know it's fine the fbi agent got real fucking sassy and said we know what we don't know and with his little booty and got snappy 818 2022 jam text jason smith a name that name was william malcolmson i believe that this is going to be a defense witness that's why they keep pointing to that on 818 2002 at 1131 a m dirk sent jason smith a text message don't book no flights under no names involved in me sounds bad right
Starting point is 03:22:52 But at this same time, the feds review evidence exhibit number 252. And they didn't supply, they didn't provide the completed evidence. When the feds looked at the evidence, excuse me, when Goldberg, his attorney on the defense, looked at their evidence, find out that that text message that Dirk was saying, don't book no. That he said that text message of all of his list of ops that had Trina, NBA young boy, Quina Smith, a text message. Don't book no flights under no names involved in me.
Starting point is 03:23:26 Sounds bad, right? But at this same time, the feds review evidence exhibit number 252. And they didn't provide the completed evidence. When the feds looked at their evidence, excuse me, when Goldberg, his attorney on the defense, looked at their evidence, find out that that text message that Dirk was saying, don't book no flights with nobody involved with me or they keep on posting. That was about his tour being canceled. He was talking to Ola and Jason Smith at the same time.
Starting point is 03:23:58 And Jason Smith was booking flights for a lot of different people who were in place to kickstart this tour. But Dirk got injured and randomly canceled it. And then when he was like, oh, and they keep on posting and the text message the government kept using, we got full context. There was somebody posting, promoting this tour on social media that Dirk was mad about because he canceled it. So this don't book no flights under my name or nobody connected to me was about the tour. And Jason booked more than five flights on 818. He booked more than five flights. It was five flights to San Diego.
Starting point is 03:24:35 We don't have a specific number about who, what, when, or where, but this is where the defense is going to be breaking in their own witnesses, starting soon. Not today, but soon. And the feds rated everyone at 6 a.m. Central time in Chicago. There were news articles about the arrest. Okay, the call that Jason Smith made was to dirt around 605 a.m. Right before he went outside to the feds and they showed a video of that.
Starting point is 03:25:02 One of the flights were from Fort Lauderdale and the final destination was in Dubai. There would be people taking photos at the airport if dirt flew commercial, two commercial flights and then a private flight. And Goldberg said, and every one of those flights is using dirt bank's name. How does that make sense that if there's a federal investigation going on with people connected to managing Dirk banks, he's going to take a commercial flight upon information and belief. I believe the feds co-conspired with Vani to book flights in Dirk's name. What? And so that he wouldn't get a bond in his case.
Starting point is 03:25:48 Nah, we fuck with you. Did you hear what you just said, niggins. The feds conspired. with his team to book flights in his name that he couldn't get a bond. Brother, his murder for hire, nobody's getting a bond. Like, bro, nobody's getting a bond, bro. What? Because this is bullshit.
Starting point is 03:26:13 Like the video, subscribe to the channel. Let me know what you guys think in the comments session. I gotta let everyone back. Smith, a text message. Don't book no flights under no names involved in me. Sounds bad, right? But at this same time, the Facebook, Review Evidence Exhibit number 252.
Starting point is 03:26:31 And they didn't supply, they didn't provide the completed evidence. When the feds looked at the evidence, excuse me, when Goldberg, his attorney on the defense, looked at their evidence, find out that that text message that Dirk was saying, don't book no flights with nobody involved with me or they keep on posting. That was about his tour being canceled. He was talking to Ola and Jason Smith at the same time. And Jason Smith was booking flights for a lot of different people who were in place to kickstart this tour. But Dirk got injured and randomly canceled it.
Starting point is 03:27:05 And then when he was like, oh, and they keep on posting in a text message the government kept using, we got full context. There was somebody posting, promoting this tour on social media that Dirk was mad about because he canceled it. So this don't book no flights under my name or nobody connected to me was about the tour. And Jason booked more than five flights on 818. He booked more than five flights. It was five flights to San Diego. We don't have a specific number about who, what, when, or where,
Starting point is 03:27:37 but this is where the defense is going to be bringing in their own witnesses, starting soon. Here we go. Not today, but soon. And the fares rated everyone at 6 a.m. Central time in Chicago. There were news articles about the arrest. Okay, the call that Jason Smith made was to dirt around 605.
Starting point is 03:27:55 a.m. right before he went outside to the fence and they showed a video of that. One of the flights were from Fort Lauderdale and the final destination was in Dubai. There would be people taking photos at the airport if dirt flew commercial, two commercial flights and then a private flight. And Goldberg said in every one of those flights is using dirt banks name. How does that make sense that if there's a federal investigation going on with people connected to managing dirt banks. He's going to take a commercial flight upon information and belief. Here we go.
Starting point is 03:28:28 I believe the feds co-conspired with Vani to book flights in Dirk's name. And so that he wouldn't get a bond in his case because this is bullshit. Like the video, subscribe to the channel. Let me know what you guys think of the comment session below. Shouts of Denaught, man. Denna's working though, right? He's working. So he ain't going to trip.
Starting point is 03:28:49 He working. He working. He could have. have his own theories. That's all good. Okay. While we wait and it looked like it might be a while, let me get to, so this is the joint proposed jury instructions. We should go through it. Plaintiff United States of America by and through its counsel of record, the assistant U.S. attorneys, Yonilo, Morse, Weiner, Hereby files the party's proposed joint instructions after meeting and confirmed with defendant,
Starting point is 03:29:29 Dirkbeggs, D'Anne Wilson and David, Brian Lindsay, through their counsel of record. The parties reserve the right to supplement these jury instructions as needed. Otherwise noted the party that's used the most recent, da-da-da-da, da, da, found on the Ninth Circuit website at da-da-da-da. Okay, so they go through that, go through that, let's scroll down, scroll down, scroll down. It says preliminary instructions. Let's start there. So this is a joint So it looked like Dirk and Dirk's team
Starting point is 03:29:54 Has already started agreeing to Or fighting over what the jury will be told. So here's the instructions. It says jurors, you say you are now the jury in this case And I want to take a few minutes to tell you something about your duties. It's jurors to give you some preliminary instructions. At the end of the trial, I will give you more detailed instructions that will control your deliberation.
Starting point is 03:30:12 By the way, the judge is supposed to read this And they both have agreed to it. When you deliberate, it will be your duty to weigh and evaluate all evidence in the case and in that process to decide the facts. To the facts, as you find them, you will apply the law as I give it to you. Whether you agree with the law or not, you must decide the case solely on the evidence and the law before you. Perform these duties fairly and partially. You should not be influenced by any person's race, color, religious belief, or national ancestry,
Starting point is 03:30:40 sexual orientation, gender, identity, gender, economic circumstance, or also do not allow yourself to be influenced by personal likes or dislike, sympathy, prejudice, fear, or public opinion, or biases, including unconscious biases, or stereotypes, attitudes, or preferences that people may consciously regret and rejecting, but may be expressed without conscious awareness, control, or intention like conscious bias. Unconscious bias can affect how we evaluate information and make decisions, okay? So they want the jury to be told this. This is a criminal case, ball about the United States government. The government charges all three defendants with conspiracy to commit stalking,
Starting point is 03:31:20 the stalking of Taekwam-Bowman using a dangerous weapon, the stalking of Savaya Robinson resulting in death, the conspiracy to use interstate commerce facility in the commission of a murder for hire resulting in death of Savire Robinson, and the use of an interstate commerce facilities in the commission of a murder for hire result in the death of Savaya Robinson. The charges against the defendants are contained in the indictment. The indictment simply describes the charges the government brings against the defendant.
Starting point is 03:31:50 The indictment is not evidence and does not prove anything. Each defendant has pled not guilty to the charges and is presumed innocent unless and until the government proves the defendant guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. In addition, the defendant has a right to remain silent and never has to prove their innocent or present any evidence. Okay. The evidence just was to consider and deciding, what the facts are consist of, first, any sworn testimony of any witness, second, the exhibits
Starting point is 03:32:17 that are received in evidence, and third, any facts to which the parties agree. The following are not evidence, and you must not consider them as evidence and decide in facts of your case. First, statements or arguments by the attorneys. Second, questions or objections by the attorneys. Third, testimony that I instruct you to disregard and fourth, anything you see or may hear when the court is not in session. Even if you see or hear, if what you're you see or here is said by one of the parties or by one of the witnesses, okay? Evidence may be direct or circumstantial. Direct evidence is direct proof of a fact, such as a testimony by a witness about what
Starting point is 03:32:57 the witness personally saw or heard. Circumstantial evidence is indirect evidence. That is proof of one or more facts from which one can find another fact. You are supposed to consider direct and circumstantial evidence either could be used to prove any fact. The law makes no distinction between the weight to be given to either direct or circumstantial evidence. It is for you to decide how much weight you give to the evidence. There are rules of evidence that control what can be received in evidence.
Starting point is 03:33:24 When a lawyer asks a question or offers an exhibit, a lawyer on the other side, thinks that's not permitted. A lawyer may object. If I overrule the objection, the question may be answered or the exhibit may be received. If I sustain it, the question cannot be answered and the exhibit cannot be received. When I sustain an objection to a question, you must ignore the question and must not guess what the answer would have been. Sometimes I may order that the evidence be stricken from the record and that you disregard or ignore the evidence. That means when you're deciding the case, you must not consider the evidence that I told you to disregard. And aside in the fact of the case, you may decide which testimony to believe and which not to believe.
Starting point is 03:34:03 You may believe everything a witness says or part of it or none of it. And considering the testimony of any witness, you may take into account. First, the witness opportunity and ability to see or hear the things testified to. Second, the witness memory. Third, the witness manner while testifying. Fourth, the witness interest in the outcome of the case. If any, fifth, the witness bias or prejudice. Six, the witness, whether any other evidence contradicted the witness testimony.
Starting point is 03:34:27 And seventh, the reasonableness of the witness testimony in light of all the evidence. And eight, all the factors that bear unbelievability. Sometimes a witness may say something that is not consistent with something else. he or she said, sometimes different witnesses will give different versions of what happened. People often forget things or make mistakes and what they remember. Also, two people may see the same event, but remember it differently. You may consider these differences, but do not decide the testimony is untrue just because it differs from other testimony.
Starting point is 03:34:56 However, if you decide that a witness has deliberately testified untruthfully about something important, you may choose not to believe anything the witness said. On the other hand, if you think the witness has testified untruthfully about something, but told truth by others, you may accept part of it that you think is true and ignore the rest. You must avoid bias, conscious or unconscious based on the witness. Race, color, religious belief, national ancestry, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender or economic circumstances in your determination of credibility. The weight of the circumstance or evidence as to the fact does not necessarily depend on the number of witnesses will testify about it.
Starting point is 03:35:35 What is important is how believable the witnesses are and how much we're. weight you think their testimony deserves. I will say a few words about your conduct as jury. First, keep an open mind throughout the trial. Do not decide what the verdict should be until you and all your fellow jurors have completed your deliberations at the end of the case. And second, you must decide this case based on the evidence received in this case and on my instructions as to the law applies.
Starting point is 03:36:02 You may not, you must not be exposed to any other information about the case or to the issue it involves during the course of your jury duty, thus until the end of the case, I tell you otherwise. Do not communicate with anyone anyway, and do not let anyone communicate with you in any way about the merits of the case and anything to do with it. The restriction includes discussing the case in person, writing, telephone, tablet, computer, any other means.
Starting point is 03:36:28 Via email, text message, or any internet, chat room blog, website application, limited to, but not included, but not limited to Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok or any form of social media. The restriction also applies to communicate with your fellow jurors. Until I give you the case of deliberation, it applies to communicate with everyone else, including family members and employees or employers. The media or the press, the people involved in this trial,
Starting point is 03:36:53 although you may notify your family and employer that you have been seated as a juror in the case and how long you may, whatever, whatever. But if you are asked to be, okay, cool. All right. Okay. All right. We don't need to read every single thing. It's a lot of shit, man.
Starting point is 03:37:32 Okay. A separate crime is charged against one or more defendants in each count. The charges have been joined for this trial. You must decide in the case of each defendant on each crime charge, that defendant separately. Your verdict on any count as to any defendant should not control your verdict on any other count to any other defendant. All the instructions apply to each defendant in each count, unless a specific instruction states it only applies to a specific defendant or count. Okay. Hey, Jesus Christ, that's too much to read, chat.
Starting point is 03:38:04 Hang on on on much to read if you ask me. Okay. Let me see, oh, do we have? Vani is telling the agent, how can we move forward? It seems like I'm not getting out of custody, so I don't know how I can really help. Okay. I can only remember certain things, but I know I can help. But yeah, so I'm, but I know I can help.
Starting point is 03:39:16 So how can we figure this out is what he says, which of course just goes to, you know, them trying to say he's trying to help himself. And so whatever he could do to help himself he was willing to do. So they played that interview. He did a lip. He did that thing again. But again, I think Craig Carbo, which is Wilson's attorney, does a good job of like, he did a good job of keeping Vani in line.
Starting point is 03:39:48 So even when Vani was trying to like, what, where is it? can you whatever he kept him in well i'm gonna skip that and i'm gonna come back to it or he would just go to the next question so bonnie okay you want to support me go to nini my eyes and wrenches remember if you got anything extra i said extra not food hygiene clothes bagged up take it outside and give it to the last fortune remember we all want to step away from being homeless mother nature could come destroy everything and now you're homeless so make sure let's say the kids the women the elderly the neutrons and severe it's wednesday y'all make sure you keep your head on the swivel remember cpd can't say you're your local police department so make
Starting point is 03:40:26 sure you're aware of your surroundings and know with your kids today on trenches news all right child we're talking about lit dirt day 10 trial we're talking about evidence and text messages that was exposed even more and we're talking about duty low booney moe why he not in jail we're talking about duty low iCloud we're talking about o t fani and verizon wireless phones and how they tied dirt involved with the phones through his Wi-Fi, man. Make sure y'all smash that like button so this video get around. If you got Twitter, TikTok, Reddit, Twitch, Facebook Market.
Starting point is 03:40:59 Hey, and Life, they always told us in kindergarten that you can tell, you can whisper in one person air and go around in a circle. And when they come back, it won't be the same thing. It won't be the same way that you said. So I'm pretty sure the jury understand that. And plus the jury instructions, may I remind you, the jury instructions tell you that the witness may lie,
Starting point is 03:41:22 lie he may lie but that don't mean that he ain't telling the truth about the events that took place he might stretch it but that don't mean that it's not true about the events that took place so they got into the threads the threads with zoo when um paton them who are in the feds right now jam called them and tried to get help from them they called it dirt dirt told them don't help him he was laughing and that's how they ended up in this situation jam end up going to the feds in march and telling them about a trap house they knew that they had arps and glocks and everything got been there and when they raided they hit that's when baezoo got in the thread and said hey y'all um um um dude them from mtv told us that the atif is
Starting point is 03:42:11 asking about blood then look they're coming out and say delete the text and all that and then that's when he say long as we stand strong we won't break you hit me that's being aware of That's part of stalking. That's being aware. I don't care. Would nobody say hi, look? None of that. I'm telling you, the jury is going to find Lil Dirk guilty.
Starting point is 03:42:31 The reason why I said that Liddirt should take the stand. Because if you saying as a fan that Liddirk is innocent, why not take the stand in your defense and all these people you claim in line on you? They paint the picture. You got to paint your own picture. Well, the truth is not always black and white, right? So Dirk could not be involved with it, but then you could have a skilled prosecutor. who he's innocent and he get up there and basically saying,
Starting point is 03:42:56 hey, when Vonny does X, Y, and Z, who usually gives him the order? Dirk's going to say, me. When he does that, who gives him the order? Me. When he does that, when he gives him, who gives him the order? Me. So you're telling me, you give him the order for all those things, but you want us to believe you that this one thing,
Starting point is 03:43:16 which is very important, took a lot of resources. You didn't give him the order for it. So that's what I'm saying, like, you know, again, And he could be really innocent. So you don't want to expose your client to that type of games playing by the prosecutor. It's only so. And these prosecutors aren't slouches. I could tell.
Starting point is 03:43:33 Like Morrison Wiener, they're not bad at all. Can't lie. So much of a picture that Drew and Brian Steele could paint of a person. You know, why ain't he talking for itself? Some people, they're from the show me state. Show me the money. You hear me, Jerry McGuire. So people won't look dirt to get up there.
Starting point is 03:43:50 And whether he get up there or not, it still won't change the fact that he was in them threads. Now, everybody keep on speaking. They didn't find no payment. They don't have to find no payment. This is a conspiracy. And this is a stalking case and all that, man. And the guns was at the house with Little Dirk.
Starting point is 03:44:08 Vani is very smart. Vani had the guns at Little Dirk house before the killers even landed. So he was at the house going back and forth. He put the guns in his house. Next, all of them. Yes, that's another thing. think that people think that Vonny may have been laying breadcrumbs.
Starting point is 03:44:25 Apparently, he had another spot where he would bring girls or whatever in L.A. Why not leave the guns there? Why leave it at Dirk's house? Burn the phones that little Dirk had. He ended up connecting to Wi-Fi.
Starting point is 03:44:42 Everybody, if you don't know about the Wi-Fi that people could steal your information and hack into your shit, all that off your Wi-Fi. And, um, little dirk, he had multiple phones, you know, that they saying that, oh, man, delete my eye cloud and all that. Well, they got that shit off the Wi-Fi. And Vani phone was hooked up to that same Wi-Fi. See, that showing like that you was aware in the text threads.
Starting point is 03:45:06 When you say delete your eye cloud and, um, Jam can't break us and he can't break us and all that. Hey, look, that's making, that means you was aware of it. And everybody else is like basically confirming it. Like he was aware of it. Now, if Fah's Jam, they could say Jam line all they want to. Hey, look, they had presented to the jury that Jam got their career rated. So they was already calling Jam a rat before they even knew that the feds was coming to get them. That's being aware.
Starting point is 03:45:38 You was aware that we was on to y'all in 2023. We didn't arrest y'all, but we was only y'all. And clearly, Mr. Banks, you're saying it in your own. name you're saying in your own off your own phone and the threads that delete your out yeah chat hang on line when the jurors say okay it's time to wrap it up it feels like it shouldn't be a long deliberation they done made their mind up they're like y'all niggis just y'all just saying the same shit over and over at this point so either they think dirk is innocent or they think he guilty as fuck i cloud and affairs can't break as long as we on break
Starting point is 03:46:13 but jam had already broke because y'all ain't get them no lawyer y'all play them on the hit Y'all play flock. They played everybody, man. Vani was just the one who was, he, he got, he educated, and he's somewhat street smart. And what dirt them think they outbeat them on the street stuff, he outbeat them on education. And that's why Vani was stealing.
Starting point is 03:46:36 He was willing and dealing and stealing and getting the cause. But he was, you know, all this call for dirt, woo, woo, and probably taxing dirt for them cars. He was doing shit and putting this price on it. And he was saving his money. going around spending all dirt money and dirt thought he was going to escape by using vani as the middle man but it ain't going to work like that y'all i hate to tell my people that and i hate to tell the dirt fans man but y'all would see that i wasn't biased i was just telling y'all the story i know you're a love for me to get on here
Starting point is 03:47:06 and say yeah little dirt innocent he ain't do none of none of that but you got to take the consideration that little dirt rapped about these things he talked about these things he got on there in a crib and said i did it We did it. You know we did it. And speaking of you know we did it. Where's OTF Booney Moe now? Because they brought up Booney Moe again. They said Booney Moe was on a phone five days after the murder saying he's smoking on pop. You hear me? On the on the Jerry recording. Shout out to Shirok humor. If y'all want to listen to that Jerry recording Shireak Humor, he put the Jair recording out, you know, through a foyer. So shout out to Shirek humor. They mentioned Boone Mooney Moe hired hire Jam. They mentioned Boone
Starting point is 03:47:45 Moe hired some other people and told them they was going to get paid. Flocka, another individual, not Jam, said that he asked Booney Moe three times, three years in a row. Can he get his money? And they told him, you should have got up close. I got you 10, 10. Y'all know how the streets is. So it ain't hard to believe because you know, if somebody owe you some money in the streets,
Starting point is 03:48:06 you know how they do you. So that's what they did to flocking. He ended up flipping. Jam end up flipping for the same reason. Yeah, he might be lying about half his story. But some of that shit true, you know, and people hate me because I keep it real. I ain't going to lie to y'all. If Bezoo was alive, Bezoo would be in jail.
Starting point is 03:48:23 They brought up Dutie Lowe. They said they got the A-Cloud from Coker's number three and Dutie Loh. Duty Loh ain't in jail. So that makes me believe that, you know, it's a RICO coming. It's something else coming. Then that Vicar, they fin to try to stick it to-tie-tide. I kind of agree. I feel like Dutty-Low, Booney-Mo, and, um,
Starting point is 03:48:44 Moo-op. And I know he might be like damn Mwop already cooked he got found guilty He didn't get sentenced yet all those guys. So if you still out here you better be saving up and run But I figure something out about Dutely Load. Now I see he dropped the whole video first he say he was doing out the love now he got a video Duty Lo is trying to run up that motherfucking bag off dirt name before they come and get him on air thing He running up that bag that's all to it he bringing out all the stream was they having block parties block clubs. They have a tail game, brought out the big screen movie night
Starting point is 03:49:21 right in front of the federal builder. We have never seen this. Since I was alive, I never seen this. I didn't even see, I was a kid. When Larry Hoover in them, I remember the 21st century vote. I was a kid. Everybody was to march downtown and shit like that.
Starting point is 03:49:35 But I never seen nobody parade outside a federal building with no cause just to say, you know, free dirt. when it's more than dirt on there I ain't see nobody say free dd I see nobody say free brown eyes so that's a problem within me and if you don't see that as a problem kids you better look at a little dirt situation and learn from it because they're not saying free everybody they don't care if everybody come home only people they care about is dirt coming home why because dirt make music and he make music that they can relate to their fans you know and that's why they ain't saying free everybody because all the rest of them in there but viny was smart Vani knew that dirt defense like i told y'all two years ago would say that bonnie did it you know even though viny did it you know dirt was aware of it he he came into the fold when he got on the airplane with with vani and that was stupid when he let vani come to his crib you supposed to old vani get a whole
Starting point is 03:50:30 other crib bro don't come to my house you telling jam don't talk to you but you got people other people who you think ain't gonna tell on you them the ones that's on the stand that's gonna damage you know so if you ask me i say little dirt you should get on the stand, you know, at least if you're talking about convincing the jury or anything, they heard they side of the story, they didn't hear yours. And if you, if you sit there, act like you John Gotti and don't want to tell your side, that's cool too, you know, but you still gonna go to jail, you know, and you got to do it for your kids. At the end of the day, all that snitch cold shit, that's why everybody did from the coals of the street. I don't know a million
Starting point is 03:51:07 that's out the streets, but they got all the codes. And I hate my pet peeve. It's when Somebody say they know what they signed up for. Can anybody show me a screenshot of the list? Senator Swiper 3837. Send me that list. Send me the list that say the street rules on there. And what somebody signed that? Because everybody keep on saying this shit.
Starting point is 03:51:27 Nah, I just ain't seen no list. You hear me? Down there, what a list is at, you know? But Booney Moe still supposed to be in jail. I stand on that. They said his name too many times. He got a crackhead case right now, which is 14 grams of cocaine. that don't hey look that coke that crack that he got locked up with hey the the the murder for hire
Starting point is 03:51:48 paying for a murder stalking resulting in death crossing state lines flying on airplanes hiring people that supersedes that look that little case bro they would throw that little case out that's like a gun charge compared to what dirt now fight so boone moose supposed to be that coca spear number three he keep being brought up the feds raided his crib why is he not in jail you hear me like okay people ain't cooperate number four ain't cooperate um evidently with the feds number three ain't cooperate booney moan ain't cooperate duty low ain't cooperate okay they ain't cooperate but why they ain't in jail if they name all through the paperwork like why they ain't jail can anybody get in the comments and let me know that hey but i will be going live to break all this down man i told you about
Starting point is 03:52:33 the on that day they executed i think six search warrants he said and that's October 21st arrested the five defendants. Well, Jan was already arrested, so I guess the four defendants. And they do it all at the same time at 6 a.m. on October 24th, 2024th. They like coordinate for this wide takedown. They're in Flaka. Dirk is in Florida at the time. Most of these people are in Chicago, most of them.
Starting point is 03:53:07 D.D. So we see. video of the take down or the execution of a search warrant because Jason Smith wasn't arrested. Jason Smith was Dirk's and Dirk.
Starting point is 03:53:21 One of his manager, he's the one who booked all the flights. And we've seen a lot of messages from Jason Smith throughout. I can't find a good picture of him. I wanted to include it in my video, but I can't find a good picture. But regardless, there is a lot of messages.
Starting point is 03:53:36 Jason Smith is like in this case a lot. By the way, he's sent a message out. OTF Jason. You go to Instagram. This is him right here. He put a message out. Look at his story.
Starting point is 03:53:50 By the way, he took out. Oh, shit. Niggie, he took out everything OTF out of his bio, nigga. He took everything out of his fucking bio, my nigga. Trust me. He had OTF in his body before. Trust. He did.
Starting point is 03:54:01 He took that shit out. This is what he put. Say, you bloggers and content creators are stupid as fuck. Don't know what that means. The Loll of rapper Lul Dirk moves into its second week jurors are hearing more testimony about the alleged plot i don't know we hear his name a lot and they do execute a search warrant on his house on the morning of october 24th 2024 where this take down happens we have the video body cam what you see in the body can first of all is it's like a swat
Starting point is 03:54:40 truck or whatever they're called the armored cars yeah for trucks and it's a loud speaker at six saying it's dark. And on the speaker, they're like, occupants of one, two, three, Apple Avenue. That's not the real address, but like occupants of one, two, three, Apple Avenue on the speaker at 6 a.m. This is the FBI. Come out. And then there's a horn that's really loud. And then there's sirens that just go. And then they do it again. Occupants. The bear cat. Thank you. You know I was talking about the bear cat. And they're like occupants of one, two, three. By the way, Ronde, Whitfield, thank you for our own Jory Rand live in downtown LA. Thank you for the merch purses.
Starting point is 03:55:26 Thank you. Oh, afternoon. This is the FBI. Please come out. And then I don't think they say please. I would say please. Then there's the horn and the siren. They do it five times.
Starting point is 03:55:39 Five times at 6 a.m. The whole time I'm like, what is the neighbors are probably so pissed. They're doing. blowing this, you know, speaker. And at one point, his son comes out. And the officer on the body cam, he's like, who else is in the house? And he's like, my dad and my sister. Who's your dad? Jason Smith? And so they're doing it again. It's taking a long time for Jason to come out. Eventually, Jason comes out. It's like six minutes, six and a half minutes. It takes for Jason to come out. And Jason eventually comes out. He has his daughter. That was the sister the son was talking about.
Starting point is 03:56:17 daughter in his hand and, you know, that's the kind of takedown. Now during, when they're talking about this, they're emphasizing that it takes Jason a while to come out. So you already, it's a setup. So you're like, okay, why are you emphasizing that it took a while? Turns out that according to phone records, the takedown starts at 6 a.m. Jason comes out at 606 a.m. So six minutes later. At 605 a.m., Jason made a phone call to Dirk by 7.11 a.m. So about an hour later, the first flight to Dubai for Dirk is booked. And so, of course, the government walks through that and makes the connection, right? the obvious connection they're trying to make that he was giving him the warning.
Starting point is 03:57:16 Dirk was in Florida, mind you, he wasn't in Chicago where this takedown was primarily happening. He gives him the warning and then the flights are booked. So they essentially set you up to know that that's coming. So that happened during his testimony. Another thing that happened during his testimony is, oh, actually there was two witnesses. So that was Agent Benjamin Milligan. after Milligan, we got Cody Burke. Actually, so that was one testimony.
Starting point is 03:57:53 And then the summary witness was the next guy. So my bad, that was two. That was two. So I combined two of those two witnesses there, what happened. We got the video surveillance, I mean, the body cam footage in one guy's testimony, and then we got the phone records in the next testimony. But that essentially is the story that came across. Is Jason going to testify against Ford Dirk?
Starting point is 03:58:20 Is Jason going to testify for Dirk? Is Jason going to testify for Dirk? Is what that question is? I don't know that answer. I don't know. Okay. So, and I'll keep going about the, because they came out in the next witness.
Starting point is 03:58:37 I'm so shocked that the defense thing, they're going to bring on 12 witnesses in two days. From Miami to Dubai? One and a half day, really. But it's from the private jet. So the other two were commercial. I think it was like United Airlines and American or something like that. Qatar.
Starting point is 03:58:53 It was United in Qatar. And then the third flight that is book is on a private jet. And it was supposed to take him from Miami to Italy or Switzerland and then to Dubai. So anyway, that's that. But let me tell you more about Cody Burke. because that was the second. And he was a supervisor. He was a supervisor over the FBI agents who looked into this case.
Starting point is 03:59:22 So that was his role. And actually one thing we learned is that he says the FBI case into this murder was opened in March of 2023. And the reason that that is interesting is because Jam didn't get pulled over until May of 2023. Remember Jam is though he got arrested. for having the gun in the car and being on parole and the way it was presented, and that's what was said. He said he went in there and he's passed the note.
Starting point is 03:59:56 I know about murders. And then he decided to tell. But today, he said, this agent said that the case was opened in March. So March, April, two months before that even happened. So I wish we could get intel as to it was opened in March. But like, what information did you have? had you had any leads, were you going anywhere with the information, or was it just opened? I mean, if it went to the feds, there's got to be some inclination that the crossing of state lines
Starting point is 04:00:27 happened, unless there's some other reason why they thought it would be a federal case. I don't know. I just found it to be interesting that the case opened in March and Jam didn't get pulled over until May. So they played a message about, it was a voice note of Dirk telling Dede. that he said, yeah, I delete my threads and start a new one. I delete my text every day, like my whole thread.
Starting point is 04:01:01 I don't want it on my phone. So they were saying, you know, trying to say that dirt has a habit of deleting his messages. Obviously, what makes it a challenge when you are trying to investigate a man, a crime that you feel a man has done. But like, he deletes everything. So they mentioned that. and then another thread in which Dirk is telling people to delete
Starting point is 04:01:23 their threads and so they were the government was saying Dirk not only delete his messages but he instructs he tells other people to delete theirs so they pulled up that message um yeah the evidence there was a today was a lot
Starting point is 04:01:40 I'm gonna get to it let me I can I'm charging my mouth or else JJ forever I would put you up there but what he says a special agent with the FBI Jam just ready to snitch blood clear as day. I think there was something before that, though. The other thing that was interesting, the agent was talking about how challenging it, you know, it is to investigate this case. And one of
Starting point is 04:02:20 the reasons is because Dirk changed his phone number 17 times between 2017 and 2024. So what is that? 7, 8, 9, for about seven years. He changed his number 17 times. And so they put up this list of like all the numbers he's had and text messages or activity that showed that he changed his number. So for example, they put up a text message of when Jam saved his new number or a text message of Dede saying, you know, saving his number as Blood's new number or Dirk's new number or somebody or him or Dirk texting someone and saying, yo, this Dirk, this my new number. And so that's how they were able to come up with 17 times that he changed his phone number. Of course, they're alleging from the government that it was to, you know, get rid of evidence
Starting point is 04:03:13 and delete, you know, that's just his habit over the years is to not keep stuff that could potentially get him in trouble. They also talk that they replay. Again, this is a summary witness. So a lot of it was things that we've already heard before. And so a lot of it I didn't focus on because. it was a lot. We reheard. All right. All right. We're waiting for some
Starting point is 04:03:47 some really substantial shit. Apparently they're saying that Rick Ross do some shots at Game. Game sold 15K first week. Rick Ross sold slightly above that. And apparently Rick Ross was sending some shots at game because game did have a star-studied feature list, including Drake and a few others. That was a project that was released last week.
Starting point is 04:04:15 Documentary 3. two Kanye features Drake party downstairs Snoop Dog Wait wait party downstairs Who the fuck is that? Stairs Snoop Dogg E40 Marsha Ambrose
Starting point is 04:04:33 Drakey or the ruler may he rest in peace I was a huge fan of But more importantly the point I want you to know It's set in stone which is out right now There are more numbers than documentary three But what they call a stimulus package listen keep hustling that's what it's all about the game as an artist continue to make music my nigger the west coast need you you feel me and for all the other artists don't let that shit
Starting point is 04:05:01 dictate how you move what you create and you keep going setting stone out right now we're shooting two new videos and one of them most definitely um it's going to be something we've never done boat and when it come to the rickie rosé i don't need no flowers i want high rises i want tall buildings up and down briclin biscayne you understand and for the record for all the ones that that love the project we're filming more videos we filming another one in h town tomorrow salute to the h then we doing the following week do it one time for the career you understand and just for everybody that know how i move i've already began working on my next project i'm gonna give you more details on that. It's the empire.
Starting point is 04:05:48 Okay, let me be very honest. Yeah, you know, shout to Ross. I don't think Ross threw too much shade. I think he was just trying to point out that, yo, listen, don't be selective. If y'all said I flopped, say the game flopped. And I think that's a very valid point. Whatever commentary
Starting point is 04:06:03 you could have about Rick Ross's album, you should have about the games album. That's just what it is. You've got to call it spade a spade and shit, I premiered one of the songs of games album. It is what it is. I like both artists. They're legacy artists at this point. I hope both or neither actually thinks that they're at the limelight of their career. It's okay, okay?
Starting point is 04:06:21 What I do like about Rick Ross's message is that, let me say this. You get past a certain point in your career. The game drops his debut album for, I think, 2005, okay? 2005 is 2006. Rick Ross, I think, around like 2006, 2007. It's 20206. These guys are 20-year veterans in the game. We love and appreciate their contribution to the goddamn game.
Starting point is 04:06:44 But let's just be very frank. They're not at the highlight. They're not at the peak of their career. And yes, we can still say they flopped or whatever. If that's the terminology you want, cool. But I hope that sales isn't the end-all be-all for them. I think they should continue to put out music. I'm going to be honest with you.
Starting point is 04:07:03 I don't think either of them are going to sell over $30K. Now, granted, I don't think they have to, you know, not making excuses for them. But I don't think they put out music enough to kind of grind it up. They could sell over 30K, but they got to, you know, this new generation, don't really give a fuck about, you know, listening to new Rick Ross or new game. And that's why they're seeing those results. When I see these guys drop an album and they stream, there's not much interest. Streaming these days kind of goes to who fans want to click on most. And these days, it's a few horses in the race.
Starting point is 04:07:36 By the way, shout to Rod Wave, just did 116K. Okay, remember I told you, 100K is still the barometer, big dog. So when you ask me about the game, you asked me about Rick Ross. You know what I'm going to say about both of them? You know, this is a gentleman sweep for both of them, respectfully. Okay? They're legends.
Starting point is 04:07:54 Don't got to call it necessarily a flop, but it ain't do good. Okay? I think at this point, that's where their normal should be at. And the only reason why I don't just flat out call the flop is because a flop to me is a weighted thing. It depends on what you're expected. what you do. So if we expect you to do 50K and you do 50K, how did you flop? Now, if we expected you do to do 150K and you did 50K, that's a flop. For me, I think both artists are around 20K range and, you know, call it a flop, call whatever. I just hope they keep putting out music.
Starting point is 04:08:31 They still have an audience, you know, Rick Ross, the legendary artist and of course the game who carried the West Coast on his back for so many years should continue to put out music. Listen, these are older artists. They have sold hundreds of thousands of records first week already. This is what I take away from it. For y'all younger artists, there's a lot of people who are scared of the charts. You see how Rick Ross kids just rolls off his shoulder seemingly, right? Some people thought he was upset about it first.
Starting point is 04:08:56 The game, I don't think you're going to seem but hurt on social media. There's a lot of young artists that are scared to drop because they're scared of those first week numbers. You got to get over it, man. If you're not hot, you've got to grind it up. You've got to maybe drop two, three, four projects, grind it up. You got to show people that you're trying to compete with music. Music these days is so tough. Labels aren't investing.
Starting point is 04:09:15 Fans are distracted by everything from streamers to, you know, TikTok to reality start. There's so many stuff going on. You're going to have to really want this shit for you to really start making some momentum, man. I ain't going to allow to you. Again, let's get it out of the game and Rick Ross. For y'all other niggas, you're not put it into work enough, man. I feel like y'all are lazy. Y'all are scared of charts.
Starting point is 04:09:37 You got to go put some shit up. Maybe sometimes you got to catch the flop to go catch the win. So again, these artists, you know, I'm not opposed to say if we think whatever we said about Rick Ross, say it about game. That's what it is. I don't care who's on the album. And it just says what it is. But I don't want these artists to stop put down music. They're legends, 20-year veterans, and they clearly still have an audience.
Starting point is 04:10:01 The thing is they got to swallow that ego. Swallow that ego. You're not competing with the Rod Waves. Rod Waves are current contemporary arts. You're not competing with him. Okay? You're not compete with a Drake. Drake's a different lover from you, niggas.
Starting point is 04:10:13 It's okay. But it doesn't mean you don't have an audience that you still want to feed. You guys still get booked for shows. I'm pretty sure when the game get booked for shows, he's going to perform. This is how we do. That's the song that was dropped over 20 years ago. It's fine. You're not some, you know, at a certain point you become legacy.
Starting point is 04:10:31 The greats actually still compete with the top of the top no matter what decade. So it's all good. and I know some people has just cared of of social media narrative again for me and you know I know there's other people
Starting point is 04:10:43 who are like oh for the people who like Drake they won't say the same thing about the games album you say about Rick Ross same thing for me

There's so much other crimes going on. There's so much other crimes going on in the world. He bumped into DP, DP with the FB batting cages. Okay, that's a new for the steam report.
Starting point is 04:19:42 I mean, sorry for the inconvenience suit, that's what it is, you know what I mean? I understand. It just seems like you'll be answered. I'll talk to my partner to make sure if they did do that, though, at least make sure a false some mercy or four gets made for you, okay? Nope. I think Blueface numbers go up every time they do this. They do this every like two days.
Starting point is 04:20:54 Okay, what the fuck is Trappler-Ross talking about now? All right, we'll come back to that. Investigating the Nelk Boys for a couple of months. Before this Lil Dirk trial kicked off, I had done a full investigation into the Nelk boys. I uncovered so many things about Nelk, about the crew, about their fallout, about the beef. What happened to Jesse?
Starting point is 04:21:17 Did Kyle really sue members of Nelk? Did he steal the full send brand? Was he really fighting, fist fighting, punching up Bob Menary? It is absolutely insane. Nobody has ever dug this deep into NELC in the entire cruise history. And I just dropped a six hour breakdown on my YouTube channel. If that's not enough, I've got a nine hour breakdown on my Patreon. I'm just a psych, I want to say.
Starting point is 04:21:40 I don't even know why I decided to do this, right? I've been a fan of NELC for years. I've even got to sign NELC jersey. Look at this. Look, this is my... What the fuck? So, look, I used to be a huge fan of Nelk, all right? I've just spent two months doing a full deep dive.
Starting point is 04:21:54 I've just made a six-hour video in my usual style, basically digging into everything you could have possibly known about NELC. And it's very, very unfortunate some of the stuff I've found. It really seems like money just completely tore this group apart. They were making like $50 to $70 million a year just in selling merch. They were demonetized. They were basically seeing all these other ways of making revenue. They had so much motion.
Starting point is 04:22:17 There was a time you couldn't avoid NELC. I love NELK's videos. I loved Steve Will Do It's videos. But at some point along the way, it all became about money. They lost their way. There were so many sketchy things that went on. They launched Happy Dad. That's a cool business.
Starting point is 04:22:31 That's definitely, you know, getting all of the youngsters hooked on alcohol. Cool. But what's really crazy? What the fuck? How the hell he did a six-hour video? When he got time? Nick, I've been doing these like eight, nine-hour streams. Nigger, after this, I go straight to sleep, bro.
Starting point is 04:22:48 All right? Is all of the shady little things that they did along the way. It seemed like they really just at a certain point just hated their fans. They were willing to finesse their fans at every step of the way. You got the full send meta card. That was just some crazy finesse. They said they were going to be opening gyms. They were going to be opening like resorts, all kind of ridiculous stuff that apparently they were going to have all these full send locations in the metaverse that you could pull up to you. They were going to have digital merch and it was all just a load of nonsense. And what's even more crazy is there were multiple subredits
Starting point is 04:23:19 that try to expose them and they have those deleted and taken. All right, man. If he's not talking about the case, man, I'm retiring for the night. We're nine hours in. We ain't get to 10 hours, but I'm going to catch out, niggas, tomorrow. Tomorrow we should get to the changing of the case. It's going to be dirt's time to take the reins. There's probably some hip-hop shit for me to talk about, but nine hours later, bro.
Starting point is 04:23:42 I'm stuck with one burger from five guys, pause, and some fries and ketchup. That's it. I'm fin of go to take a night, bro. Okay, chat. I love y'all, man. I'm going to catch you out tomorrow, man. I'm going to catch you out tomorrow. A little bit earlier, way earlier, actually.
Starting point is 04:23:56 Because I started at one today. That's unacceptable. So I'm going to get a little bit earlier, all right? As someone said, act, I'm glad to see you eating healthy. Neither that burger, right? No, thank y'all. Chat. Love y'all.
Starting point is 04:24:07 I will be back on tomorrow. Don't you worry. Tomorrow, aim of the game is to get on before noon. Aim of the game, all right?
