Mike check, Mike check.
The boy's back.
They finally gave me the badge, man.
I've been at the gun.
They gave me the badge now.
Holy, chat, we're back.
We're back.
We're back. Day nine, day nine.
Day nine.
Let's run it.
Let's run it, chat.
Let's run it.
Holy.
A little bit behind, but nevertheless,
nevertheless, had to get a little bit extra sleep today.
I'm going to cap with you, man.
It was up reviewing case files.
You know what I mean?
It's all good.
So all love.
Shout welcome.
This thing is wrapping up rather quickly.
The investigation was long.
The interrogations was longer.
But this goddamn case is flying by.
The trial is not going to last that long.
We've got a few guests that's coming up later.
However, we are going to hop right into trial.
And I want to give you the update.
We do have our transcripts.
You know I publish it every day on the academy.
me that blog. But the current update is that the government basically got two quick witnesses
they're bringing up as we speak. And by the time lunchtime hits, it's going to be Dirk's turn.
It's Dirk's turn. Dirk has reduced his amount of witnesses that he planned to bring yet again.
At first he said 25, but of course the government said 35. They said they had 35. They didn't do 35.
They went with the strategy of less is more, and a lot of people are actually saying, to be honest, based on how the government laid out their case, it's in their benefit.
It's a pretty simple open and shut case.
If you believe it, they're guilty.
If you don't believe it, he innocent.
That's it.
There's not too much to consider.
You don't have to look at these evidence.
It's pretty simple.
They brought up three cooperators.
Thing, somebody has to rationalize.
And I think that Dirk's team, they're going to have to figure this out on closing.
How do you tell the jury that even though flaka and even though who else,
flaka and jam, didn't really have a close-knit relationship with,
didn't have a close-knit relationship with Vaughn.
Why would they orchestrate such a murder?
This was clearly a conspiracy.
The only question is, was Dirk involved?
Okay.
Dirk, I think, has a chance.
We'll assign a percentage about the time today's day's done,
and we'll see how his closing goes, or not closing, but his case goes.
Remember six witnesses he's about to bring up.
But I think Dirk has a chance.
I think D.D. has a chance, too.
Brown eyes, I think that nigga's cooked.
I don't think throughout this trial we've seen enough to make it anything near reasonable doubt
that he was not in L.A.
As, you know, his defense team wanted to claim an opening.
They want to say Lindsay was not in L.A.
That's Brown Eyes, by the way.
By the way, he's one of the three shooters.
The other two shooters point at him.
The other two shooters were in a car for the majority of time with him.
He has no link to Avon.
It appears that maybe he would be just doing a murder for hire.
There's nothing that actually proves that he's not going to be found guilty of murder.
However, remember, the statue of murder here is not just a plain murder charge.
And by the way, it puts him in a lot of legal fuckery because there is a lot of,
no flat out murder charge. There's conspiracy to commit murder, okay, and murder in aid of racketeering.
Okay, so conspiracy to commit murder, but murder for hire. Okay. And then we have conspiracy,
no, conspiracy to commit murder for hire and murder in aid of racketeering. Okay, so those are the two
big charges. Then we have the stalking charges, one of Cuando Rondo, which is a lesser charge,
but the one of Savaya Robinson. That one carries.
life because Savire Robinson died.
Okay?
There's two weapons charges as well.
Okay.
Let me see.
Let me see here, people.
Trappler Ross is in court.
We do have the transcripts from yesterday,
so we're going to go over it a little bit.
Okay?
We don't go over it a little bit.
By the way, if I'm muted, I think, you know,
somebody says, why are you out to tell me to call whack?
Why haven't whack?
Why have you to call whack?
What's the deal?
Hold on.
All right, anyway.
Let's get caught up.
Let's get caught up.
Now, they're at the end of the trial.
But these guys who are coming up are detectives for the prosecutor.
And for whatever reason, they're testifying to how evasive Dirk was when he was getting locked up at the private jet airport.
In Miami, it's the Opelaka executive airport down there where they take private flights.
They're basically going to talk about his demeanor.
desperate he was to get away, and yesterday they talked about the flight he booked, but they're talking
about how Dirk made it difficult. Now, I personally, I'm putting my opinion into this, I personally
don't like this evidence for the government. I think this evidence is weak. Nobody wants to go to
jail, right? Unless some of them cap and ass rappers online, but nobody wants to go to jail.
So the idea that, you know, supposedly Dirk is in a bulletproof vehicle, they pull up, they try to
pull him over, he's at like a hanger, and he won't stop the car, and he won't get
out the car, then they up the gun on him, and he's still not getting out of the car.
I don't know if that tells me he's guilty.
To me, that has nothing to do with the case, if you ask me.
That's just a nigger who, you know, he does what he does, but God knows what y'all could be.
He had no idea that y'all were, you know, technically, he had no idea that y'all were pulling
him over to charge him with murder for hire.
Maybe he just didn't want to go to jail.
But they're using that as evidence, and that's the last part of the.
government's case against dirk they're going to have a summary witness uh i thought the summary
witness was yesterday because they had they had a chart and everything but it appears that it is today
anyway trap lore is on the scene look like you got some early updates for us shout out to trapler
ross what's up my boy okay i've got a crazy update for you guys from the dirk trial we just got
shown some surveillance footage of the operation to catch little dirk trying to flee allegedly
from the private airport in miami now this wasn't body cam footage it was surveillance footage
but I think we might be seeing some body cam footage soon.
So we heard yesterday about Dirk having all of these different flights booked at the commercial airport,
the Fort Lauderdale Airport, the Miami Airport, the Miami Private Airport,
and they basically had FBI agents scrambling to all of these locations to try and find him.
So the order came out that Dirk was to be arrested,
and they eventually located him at the signature,
which is basically the private airport hangar that's connected to Miami International Airport.
We saw surveillance footage of Dirk's truck, people getting in and out of Dirk.
Oh, never mind.
So maybe that's not Opelaka then.
It looked like if it's Miami International, yeah, there is a signature terminal.
...truck truck and the FBI agent got on the stand and testified that he pulled up and they basically hopped in a car and took off.
He said that it was a bulletproof truck.
He could see by the way that it was moving, the way it was moving around, they did an abrupt U-turn.
He said he could tell based on his experience that it was an armored truck.
The FBI agent said that at that time he was completely on his own so he didn't turn on his sirens or his red and blue lights.
He didn't want to alert them until his backup arrived.
He was radioing for backup, and they were moving into position.
So Dirk took him on this chase.
He took him on the main road.
He did a big U-turn.
He then went into another hotel's parking lot and tried to post up.
Now, eventually, the cop turned on the sirens.
He tried to get himself in position where he didn't think Dirk could get out of the parking lot.
And then somebody hopped out of Dirk's truck and kind of got in the way of the FBI truck
so Dirk could slip out the parking lot.
So eventually backup arrived and they ended up boxing in Dirk's truck.
and basically jumping out with guns drawn and ordering him to get out the truck.
But allegedly, he did not get straight out of the truck.
There was like a little mini standoff that went off before he would even get out.
But at this point, it was over with.
There was basically, you know, no way out at this point.
He was boxed in.
Apparently two other law enforcement vehicles turned up at that point.
And three people eventually got out the truck.
That person that got out before, somehow he managed to get back in when the truck was pulled over
before the FBI agent could have his guns drawn on air.
some type of security.
So eventually Dirk got out, all three of them got out of the truck.
The agent basically begun putting Dirk in handcuffs.
They said they were trying to identify him as Dirk.
Dirk told that other people he was with, don't say anything.
But then even more crazy, they was trying to identify him as Dirk, but he said,
come on, ma'am, you know my name.
Crazy.
Like, it really does sound like a movie.
Now, we didn't see that part.
We didn't get the full body cam, but we were seeing all different surveillance footage
from these different parking lots.
But they really got him out of the car and asked, they asked Dirk for his name.
he said you know my name
Oh shit
Dirk think is breaking bad
What the fuck?
This nigga Dirk hop out the car
What's your name
Say my name
You ever seen that scene
And I breaking bad
Ah hell nah
This nigga Dirk think he Walter White
Oh hell nah
What in the fuck is going on
Y'all remember the scene
This nigga smirk is on one
This nigga smirk right here doing this
Now
Say my name
This Dirk in the
FBI agents at the airport, bro.
Eisenberg.
Smirkio. That's what they were doing.
God damn. That was the end of the testimony.
Crazy. Okay.
Okay. All righty then.
I see some people say there's updates from
Sadie Nash. Shout to Sadie Nash is getting to what he
got cooking. By the way,
we also see the Nat, as usual,
he got some updates up early, so we're going to check
them out. Here we go. Here we go.
Giovanni screwed himself.
That's 13 hours ago. Let's go to here.
Here we go, chat.
So let's get this out the way.
Some breaking news, some bomb cell news that's going to come out later on and some jail calls that will be admitted.
The admitted jail calls are basically going to be between Big Dirk and Little Dirk.
Where Little Dirt mentions to his father that, hey, br, Bonnie got moved from up out of here,
all this, yada, yada, yada, and this other BS and all this other shit.
So Big Dirk just listening in all this shit.
And basically, Big Dirk, he being a dad, he being a pops, he being, you know, an older, homie, you know, all the
this stuff and everything he's a spiritual leader so he's listening to all this stuff and everything
and basically i don't know how the conversation goes because the feds our whole hum on this
why they're talking about this with the judge my this is going on yesterday go on setting nash
youtube channel you can check this all out for yourself but what happens is little dirt basically
caused him spoiled chicken meaning he's over to complaining whining and crying this is what
little dirt is saying like brady over to crying all this shit and everything basically that
bad ever since he got kicked up out of the crew now why is that important because big
dirt ended up talking to vani if I ended up calling him old man and a bunch of stuff and being
super disrespectful and says every man is for himself now obviously big dirt is smarter than what
a lot of people would want to believe because he's already a smart guy but he's sharp enough to know
i didn't even for the say shit to you man hey hum do he lie la la rogbaugh you i'm saying so he let
that man say all that bullshit everything that he wanted to but vani basically relayed
that he was throwing everybody up under the bus and every man is for itself and he said he's about to turn savage and all of this shit now this is where shit gets messed up because the judge is only going to allow and i'm having a problem with this judge on the rule of completeness the judge is going to allow this shit to come in but he's not going to allow the part of vani cussing out the old man and his works
Vani saying he's going for a savage
All of this shit and everything and it has to be
said when you hear this shit
It's going to seem like oh it's the end of the world
And all this shit
Spoiled chicken mean that one
Everybody know that Vani is a pussy
Everybody know that Vani is a goofy
Everybody calls him a goofy
A bitch and all this shit and everything
So that's what they mean
He's been as spoiled as child
Basically Little Dirt is
Vani's dad
And Vani wants Little Dirt to be
His sugar daddy
And once that man cut off that water, that's when Bonnie started acting like a hole and doing lame-ass shit.
Breaking news for you.
So let's get this out the way.
Okay.
Now, I'm not too sure who testified to that.
But look like they played Lil Durk's jail calls, which is kind of interesting.
Hmm, interesting.
All right.
Not with the early updates.
By the way, this is India, day 9 or 11, whatever you want to call it.
This is her coming from the vehicle looking, you know, looking well.
We all saw yesterday
Cloud Chasing, one of his baby
Mamas, one of Dirk's baby mamas,
tried to expose Dirk
for supposedly eating her pussy like two years ago
or three years ago, okay?
You know, I don't even know why these chicks
even think they're doing something like exposing
a nigga cheating, like, come on man, if India
not complaining, who gives a fuck, right?
But obviously she did that to try to,
you know, Dirk put her name
on an op-list, but he didn't do it today.
He didn't do it yesterday. It's an old text
that got put up from 2020.
or something of the sort, right?
And his baby mama reacted in real time
and exposed him for cheating
and basically, like, started compromising
everything he had going on,
basically calling him a piece of shit.
He's sitting in court waiting for the verdict,
hoping that he's going to come back home
and his baby mama is trying to add some salt to the wound,
hoping just because her name was put on an oblasts three years ago.
Very sad, very self-centered.
Shout to up. India.
She has ignored that.
She has only operated, moved around with class.
And this is her yet again walking into the court.
Okay.
Okay.
What's going on here?
Please tell your audience to leave me alone, bro.
Why are they harassing me?
Why are they harassing me?
Why they harassing me?
Why did you make me quit, trap law?
Okay, I don't know what's up with that.
Anyway, let's go.
Come on.
What's up?
It's your boy, Donat.
Today is Day 11 at the Loddardt trial because the two days it took to select the jury actually do count.
FBI agent Connor is on the stand.
By the way, towards the end of this video, DJ academics questions and concerns about my theory will be made clear.
So FBI agent Connor, he worked with the Miami Special Unit since 2021.
they showed surveillance footage of Dirk getting arrested on 1024,
2024 at 7.49 p.m.
Dirk hopped out the car and was mad and Connor asked him,
oh, what's his name?
And Dirk said, you know my name with an attitude, okay?
Another officer arrived and they boxed in the vehicle.
At the multiple times of ordering Dirk and the occupants to exit,
the escalate, they finally got out.
And that's when Connor asked Dirk his name and he had a bad attitude.
Then it went to cross-examination.
And Christy O'Connor, shout out to Christy O'Connor, she came through with the cross.
And basically it's established that 1024, 2024, this was the first, this was Connor's first day tracking Dirk's daily activity, according to his testimony.
Then they pointed out that on 10, 16, 2024, Dirk was detained at the Miami airport and then arrested nine days after they began tracking him.
They seized dirt
Okay, that's interesting
That's interesting
So they said they were tracking
Dirk for nine days before
His October 24
Arrest which means they were tracking him
From the 15th
Which if you guys don't know
I am really interested
Keep in mind
Think about how huge this operation is
They know they're going to lock up Dirk
They want the last piece of evidence
They see Dirk is doing these public things
getting the key to the city donate to the mayors and shit.
They see Dirk is trying to go in a different direction.
He's trying to leave, possibly leave this life of crime behind
or at least put on that perception to the public.
And they're trying to get the last bit of Canadian or arena police.
And they knew that Dirk was going to have the entire O Block Lamron.
They got the ops in the back.
Everybody was there.
Remember, this was the let's squash the beef with the ops.
Put up the montage.
Definitely, you could tell that the feds,
They probably was around there hoping that they could get a little bit more, a little bit more.
Now, keep in mind also, chat, keep in mind.
That is the event.
That is the event that supposedly Flaka showed up to and Flaka showed up there to ask Dirk for his money.
Flaka shows up to ask Dirk for his money.
He gets to All Access Pass.
He doesn't get to ask Dirk at the concert.
Apparently Dirk dips out after the concert.
Dirk goes to the private jet hangar
He follows Dirk to the private jet hangar
Tries to approach Dirk
Dirk told him to get the fuck on out of my face
Go holly at Boneymo
He thought Boneymo was going to talk a million dollars
Booney Mose said, hell nah nigger
He told me to give you a ass 20,000
I got 10 for you in a couple of days
That's it, Dirk hops on a plane
Flies out of it, okay?
Are we down?
What's going on, chat? What's going on?
Y'am might have to hit the refresh button real quick
What?
Yeah, just refresh, refresh if you're muted, okay?
So back to it.
Chat.
The feds, I guarantee.
Remember, they were doing a nationwide surveillance on Little Dirk.
Four days before he does the United Center.
They were sitting there watching him.
Dirk had a bunch of other gangster rappers pop in.
I think maybe even G. Herbo popped in.
The feds was probably back there like this, taking notes.
scribbling the notepad taking notes okay i see that nigga with an illegal gun i see that nigga over
there with that okay bet they're building cases on everybody dirk must not know he must not know
even though if you listen to his music in the coming months dirk seems really i won't say paranoid
but he seems like he gets the message that if you know shit the walls are closing in
Hmm. Okay, so they were they were tracking for nine days. Let's keep it going.
Rick's phone on 1016, 2004. That put Dirk on notice that the FBI was investigating him.
Oh, wait, what happened to his phone? Wait, what happened to his phone? Wait, what happened to his phone? Oh, my bad, Chad.
What's up? It's your boy, Dinnat. Today is day 11 at the Loddirt trial because the two days it took to select the jury actually do count.
FBI agent Connor is on the stand. By the way, towards the end of this video, DJ academics, questions and
concerns about my theory will be made clear.
So FBI agent Connor, he worked with the Miami Special Unit since
2021.
They showed surveillance footage of Dirk getting arrested on 10, 24,
2024 at 7.49 PM.
Dirk hopped out the car and was mad and Connor asked him,
oh, what's his name?
And Dirk said, you know my name with an attitude, okay?
Another officer arrived and they boxed in the vehicle.
the multiple times of ordained Dirk and the occupants to exit the escalate they finally got out
and that's when Connor asked the Dirk his name he had a bad attitude then it went to cross
examination and Christy O'Connor shout out to Christy O'Connor she came through with the cross
and basically it's established that 1024 204 this was the first this was Connor's first day
tracking Dirk's daily activity according to his testimony then they pointed out that on 10 to 16
20, 2004, Dirk was detained at the Miami airport and then arrested nine days after they began
tracking him.
Oh, they detained him at the airport.
Oh.
Oh, wow.
They seized Dirk's phone on 1016, 2004.
Oh, they took his phone.
Wow.
Yeah, he must have knew the walls were closing in.
They stopped him at the airport.
They take his phone.
10, 16, that's four days before the concert, eight days before it gets locked up.
He has to be talking to the guys at this point saying, yo, these niggas had a warrant for my phone.
They're stopping me at the airport.
That put Dirk on notice that the FBI was investigating him.
And within those nine days of tracking, then the judge called the sidebar and they lat.
What's up?
It's your boy, Denot.
Today is day.
And that sidebar lasted for about 15 minutes.
When they came back, FBI agent Connor looked very unease.
The whole time there was in sidebar.
I could see it in his face like, oh, I didn't fucked up or what am I going to say next?
He was coming up with this story so that he can come back Christy O'Connor's cross-examination.
O'Connor established that Connor is a part of an FBI task force.
And he communicated with agents throughout the country.
And Connor testified and said that it's necessary to stay in communication and in touch with all the FBI agents from LA to Chicago, Miami, and the entire nine days, the FBI surveillance dirt.
Connor claims that he had little to do with the surveillance of little dirt between those nine days of first stopping him and seizing his phone and then arresting him on the 24th.
Then the judge interjected and asked how many spot checks did Connor do on Dirk?
Connor gave a manipulative answer to narrow himself to 1024, 2024 arrest only.
And O'Connor pointed that Connor received a call from the LA field office.
And Connor didn't want to admit to it.
But, you know, he put it off on another agent.
Connor claims he didn't Google or look up Dirk and didn't know who Dirk was until he arrested him.
He pretends he don't know little Dirk and he did not surveillance him personally.
There was no significant change in Dirk's appearance, according to O'Connor.
O'Connor didn't find any false passports, fake IDs, none of what they found on Vani.
Remember during Vani's testimony, it was disclosed that during Vani's first interview with the F.
he had Dirk's information, fake ID, fake, clone debit cards with a rotor machine, all of this stuff, because that's what Von do.
Von do, I mean.
And then kind of received an alert that Dirk made a reservation for a private plane under Dirk's name.
He never tried to hide it.
The federal agent then plays into the semantics, kind of like what Bonnie did.
And during those nine days of surveillance, Dirk prior to his arrest,
There was a task for surveillance in him.
And on 1024, 2004, at the time of Dirk's arrest, there were no charges filed against him
and that there was no travel restrictions.
What's my badge number?
7-2-0.
And O'Connor mentioned that Dirk pretty much ran this international trip on the private plane through his attorneys.
They objected and it was sustained, but the information was already out.
Connor being with the FBI agency since 2021, he's took parts in hundreds of arrests.
And Connor testified that no one likes to be a bar.
And they, and that's how.
Okay, let's get to part three.
No one likes to be arrested.
And most people have a negative reaction to being arrested.
Now, for clarification on what DJ academics is confused by,
according to Vonny's testimony, I believe from September the first,
it established that he had Dirk's identification, bank cards, pen numbers, and et cetera, with them.
He recited Dirk's identification number and social security number by heart.
Vani cloned Dirk's credit cards and identification, and he got caught with it on 1024.
All of them was busted on 1024 at 6 a.m.
Jason Smith made a call to Dirk telling him whatever that has not been made clear here yet.
But from Goldberg's cross-examination yesterday of the FBI agent who busted and was sitting down with Vani for more than six hours,
plus O'Connor stating that Dirk didn't try to change his appearance and everything was booked in his name.
I have a reason to believe that Vani colluded with the FBI agent to book two commercial flights in Dirk's name to make it look like he was being arrested.
Dirk didn't have a warrant at all.
And so if the FBI is alerted that Dirk is supposedly making three different flights,
two commercial flights, one private flight, that would give reasonable suspicion to say
that, hey, maybe he is involved, coupled with everything Bonnie was telling the FBI.
Remember, the FBI got 2,000 text messages that directly ties Vani to the Blackshire shooting
of Cordo Rundo as well as...
And by the way, thank you,
DeNod, for explaining this a little bit more.
What I will say, that's a kind of interest in theory.
I'm not going to just say, it sounds like BS.
I will say, though, if that's the truth,
if that's the truth, that mean Vani has the ultimate cards then.
You got to remember, that would be caused for a clear mistrial.
A clear mistrial.
So Vani, if Vani colluded with the FBI agent,
Vani could expose the FBI at any time.
And if Vani exposes the FBI, Dirk walks free.
I don't know what happens with his situation, but he basically got the FBI by the balls.
So I'm a little bit skeptical because this would make Vani have the FBI literally by the balls.
If they're colluding with someone who they're charging as well, just because they want smirk that bad, you know?
As the August of 19, 2022 killing a little path.
But they have not.
Like, just to air it out a little bit more.
Let's say I'm Vonny.
The cops pull up on me or I'm the cop.
If I pull up on you and I got you supposedly dead to rights or I got some whatever on you,
why would I tell you or collude with you to set up Dirk,
not even to look guilty of the crime, just to look like a flight risk that whenever he gets locked up,
he doesn't get bond.
You know why?
As the cop,
it's basically like taking a bribe.
If a cop takes a bribe,
you ever watch these movies?
When a cop takes a bribe,
you kind of are indebted to these people
because you don't want them to expose you
that you took a bribe.
So I don't know if an FBI agent
would put themselves at the mercy of Vani.
But, you know,
so it's a working theory, right?
Close that, they did not give that up,
and all of that was concealed
in the pre-offered agreement.
This is what I'm saying.
No, it's not good.
What the fuck?
Jack, give me a second.
I don't know why my...
Why is my internet acting up today?
Why is my internet acting up today, Chad?
Why is my internet acting up today?
They said the lag is kind of crazy today.
Yeah, I don't know what's going on.
It's tripping me out.
Hmm.
Hopefully that's the last.
It's like my internet's just getting cut off
for like a few seconds.
I'm watching it, though.
Somebody said, act, it's the Fizz.
Nick, I thought I was Fizz.
Joke.
All right.
Okay.
As usual, tell everybody to refresh.
I'm sorry.
Hopefully this will figure itself out.
We're slated to be here for a pretty good while.
So hopefully kind of like stabilizes.
Not too sure what the hell.
I could see it right now.
It's acting.
What happened here in it?
Let me see.
Yeah, this is incredibly horrible.
Hold on.
It's not showing a problem here.
I don't know.
Okay.
If it happens again, I'm going to.
Okay, it's about happening.
I can tell.
Or is it?
I'm going to have to cut the stream for a short second and, like, broadcast to another, another server.
Okay, I think we should be good.
If it cuts one more time, I'm going to restart the stream, but just stream to somewhere else.
It's not my personal internet.
I think I'm fine.
I don't know if I'm getting DOS.
I don't know what's going on.
Huh.
Cross-examination of the FBI agent yesterday and today, I believe Vonnie conspired with the FBI.
to book two commercial flights in Dirk name using Dirk's real name to make it look like Dirk
was trying to flee. That's the basis for them arresting him.
Now, and this is what I would say to Dena. Again, I'm not knocking a theory.
A little skeptical of it still, even though I see where you're coming from.
Here's my thing. If the FBI is going to collude with Vani, why collude with him?
just to set up something where you could say he's trying to flee.
Why not collude with Vani to either place Vani around Dirk
to get Dirk on audio tape or something of the sort,
just admitting to the crime?
That's how you open and shut this entire case, right?
Remember, he had just gotten Vani's number back the last couple of days, right?
No, actually, the year before, so the year before, he had gotten Vonny's number back.
So even though they weren't really working together, he had Dirk's new number.
They were at a decent place, even though they're not working together.
Why would the feds use Vani just to set up the idea of Dirk running as opposed to set up the idea of Dirk confessing?
Put Vani around Dirk, put him back in the trenches or wherever the hell of Dirk be at,
have him with his phone recorded
and have Dirk say some incriminating shit
and the case is built
so I don't know
I'm skeptical of this because why use your
future informant just to prove the guys
a flight risk
by the way it's murder for hire
nobody's getting bombed
I know people saw
Yellow Bees to get bond for murder for hire
but this is federal murder for hire
arresting him and not giving him a bond
like the video subscribe to the channel
and let me know.
Okay.
All right.
Chat, let me know about the internet, man.
I don't know.
They're doing me dirty today.
They're doing me dirty.
They're doing me dirty today, y'all.
Okay, we got some tweets.
Let me get into the reading, all right?
Here we go.
Here we go.
Apparently there hasn't been a sketch artist.
Interesting.
So the press, I told you, the press don't really give a fuck about this particular case like that, man.
Usually one of the main people of the press that gets preferential treatment will be the sketch artist.
and according to Michael Blackshire,
there hasn't been a sketch artist in the courtroom.
You know, there was one for Diddy.
In most federal cases, there is one.
You know why?
Because there is no video allowed in the courtroom.
So you're going to, you know, to see people's demeanor,
to kind of see what's going on.
There's a sketch artist.
They even said shout to Lauren Conlin, you know,
shout to Lauren, that's her baby.
She said when she covered the Diddy case,
there was like three roles that was dedicated for the sketch artist.
They were in front of even the journalist.
But it appears with this dirt case, you know, we've talked about the lack of coverage.
We've seen ABC kind of show up eventually.
But it doesn't seem like there's a lot of, you know, media coverage voluntarily.
Maybe it's because it's out of L.A.
And there's other cases going on.
Is the Lindsay case out of L.A.?
I don't think so, right?
Regardless, I know David's case is out of L.A.
And I think there might be just a super busy trial time so people are assigned or using their resources for other trials.
That's why I think we don't have Lauren Collin on this one.
Okay, here we go.
Okay, so there hasn't been a federal court sketch artist for Dirk.
Okay.
That's why he posts updates about Dirk's dress attire.
Yesterday, at the end of court,
Dirk's dad, Dante Bang stood up and gave his son a head nod and a smile.
Dirk noticed and head nod and smiled back.
Drew Finland said during the last hearing before trial,
that he had 25 witnesses.
We will find out later today how many of the 25 will testify.
An FBI agent testified that he was in short pursuit of Dirk and two others.
The FBI agent identified a private flight that was taken off from Miami Signature International Airport,
and the agent said he followed the vehicle outside of the airport.
It looked like Dirk was trying to make a run for it.
The FBI agent says three men would get out of the car at an nearby hotel.
They said, what did Mr. Banks say?
He said, don't say anything.
things. So look like Dirk told the rest of the team don't say nothing to these niggas.
Chris O'Connor objected, says Fifth Amendment. He said, did you ask him for his name?
FBI says, he said, you know my name. And then there was an objection to that.
Dirk's lawyer, Christy O'Connor, says that his phones were seized on the 16th of 2024.
And the FBI agent said he didn't know who little Dirk looked like, but they showed a picture of Dirk to him before.
They said you never looked him up before.
Have you ever Googled him?
And the FBI agent,
it looked like,
Denad is a little bit right.
The FBI agent's being a little bit,
oh, I don't remember.
Come on, you're an FBI agent.
You do this all day.
You testify all day.
You don't know if you Google this guy.
Okay, it seems like you don't want to say it.
Whatever.
Chrissy O'Connor tells the FBI agent on cross
that when Little Dirk was detained
and had his phone seized on the 16th,
Dirk was never told he couldn't book a flight or leave the country.
Okay?
By the way, I would imagine, well, depending on when he got to Chicago,
yeah, well, he had to take a flight because he flew private from Chicago to Miami.
So there was a flight that was uninterrupted.
So it's not that he couldn't fly.
Because when they took his phone, he went to Chicago, performed in Chicago,
then went to Miami, and was coming back from Miami.
Or about to go wherever from Miami.
FBI Agent O'Connor Goypal says him and Agent Batista surrounded the vehicle in Little Dirk and two other men got out the vehicle within seconds.
I guess they're up their guns.
Agent Batista briefly took the stand and the prosecutor showed a photo taken inside of the vehicle in Miami, which included luggage and two phones in a plastic bag.
The prosecutor Shin has now rested their case and the defense will start soon.
Yeah, look like they're going to start shortly before lunch.
It's 11 a.m. 1118.
Dirk's team is going to, they're starting before lunch.
That's actually pretty good timing.
Again, this case is going to be wrapping up rather quickly, y'all.
Rather quickly.
We're going to, I'm going to see if I could get my man Bradford Cohen on the line shortly.
Bradford Cohen, well-known defense attorney.
He's had very interesting thoughts about this trial, how the government's treating
and, of course, how defense attorneys deal with cooperators.
And we are living in a new age where, you know, your shooters is your biggest op.
You know, your shooter's going to tell the cops that, yeah, I shot, but I shot for him.
Okay?
Yeah.
All right.
So we kind of read that already.
I'll be reading the same thing.
And, yeah.
He was arrested there.
Actually about a previous detainment on the 14th and the 9th.
days her client was being surveilled.
Goyple seemed to avoid answering these questions.
And O'Connor was asked why the judge to only ask about the day of the arrest.
Hmm.
I would imagine that the questions that they're asking the FBI agent might just be info that they
don't want to readily give in terms of their strategy.
And it has nothing to do with particularly this case or the day that they actually
arrest him, which is now subsequent to possible evidentiary materials.
Goipo went outside Conner's questions to attempt to say Dirk was fleeing.
As O'Connor pointed out that there was no fake passport found, and Dirk had never changed
his signature look, nor was he told that he couldn't leave the country.
He says, I'm not asking your opinion.
I'm asking for facts, O'Connor said.
Goyple said, I believe I answered with facts.
Later, O'Connor attempted to ask about the surveillance on Dirk.
once again saying, does the FBI do a good job of surveillance people they want to arrest?
The agent says, I hope so.
On some Kodak shit.
And O'Connor says, me too.
O'Connor asked Goypool, if people like to be arrested.
Goypo would not answer the question.
Finally, after being asked more than once, he replied, I don't know, but the easy answer is no.
Saying he never polled anyone.
Okay, so that law enforcement agent seems like they're kind of, like they're trying to pull an OTI of Vani, like they're trying to play.
usually when it comes to detectives, FBI agents, you know, any professional personnel,
they're just straight to the point.
They have no incentive horse in the race to be gamesmanship in the attorneys.
But look like this FBI agent did not want to say a lot.
I wonder why.
I wonder why.
Okay.
Interesting.
Interesting.
Give me one second.
Is lawful workers there?
or did he?
Yeah, I think he just dipped.
That thing is it, man.
I'm going back to the East Coast, man.
I'm out of here.
Okay.
All right.
We do have,
we have the transcripts from yesterday,
which is OTF Vani,
the cross, redirect, and recross.
And then we have the FBI agents who started.
We could probably scroll down
to where the FBI agents
start speaking about this case.
Vani, I think we kind of understand
everything he was doing, right?
But we could go back to his testimony as well.
Let's see, let's see, let's see.
Okay, that's them discussing stuff at the end of the court.
Okay, here we go.
All right, so this is to a, this is to Mr. Burke.
Okay, this is Mr. Burke.
This is kind of like the identifying how they kind of crack this case.
So let's go.
It's a good afternoon, Mr. Burke.
Good afternoon, Mr. Mills.
So this is Lindsay's attorney.
I don't like Lindsay's attorney.
I think he's just there to waste time.
Okay, I'll just start a redirect.
Okay, so this is Wiener, which is the,
let me make this a little smaller.
Weiner is the prosecutor.
Okay, pause.
Okay.
Special Agent Burke, you were asked about the questions
about the call details and tolls.
Based on your investigation,
the cases that you have supervised
just because there's not a cell site
a call detail record for someone.
Does it mean they're not in a given location?
It says correct.
It says there's other ways that could show you that someone's in location, right?
They say yes.
Like what?
Surveillance footage?
Yes.
And I guess they're showing that maybe that somebody had their phone off or whatever,
but they're showing that they caught somebody on surveillance footage,
which probably is the in and out.
Yeah, that's the in and out, I believe, where Didi, Jam, and Lindsay were,
Okay.
So this is when they were at the in and out.
I think one of them didn't have their phone with them.
So that was the government saying not because they didn't have their phone with them,
means that they weren't at the location.
And if you have another way to confirm, for example, surveillance, they were there.
So they went to San Diego airport afterwards to go back to Chicago.
Tickets were purchased by who?
OTF Jason.
And, yeah.
Okay, cool.
It's not much here.
The government is not really beaten a dead horse,
but this is kind of beating a dead horse with these agents.
But they're just like making sure the people understand that there's no doubt
that not only was murder committed,
they know there was a murder committed, that these guys did the murder.
Okay?
And you know the three shooters did the murder,
but now you also know that if you want to believe
that these guys did it in isolation,
well, why is Dedi who was in the other car with them?
Why did they seemingly pull up to the in and out, like in cars that were matching, right?
And when I mean matching, they both came pretty much around the same time.
Okay, okay, okay.
I'm trying to find this guy who's on the stand now.
Well, he was on the stand, but he got off.
Let me scroll down.
Let me scroll down.
Let's Mr. Morris.
Okay.
Okay, this seems like the end of the court date.
you know what I just realized
there is actual time stamps here
so this is 441
so yeah this is after court
I forgot there was actual time stamps
okay hold on
okay
all right
anyway
I'll just go
I don't think the detectives are saying anything crazy
I'll go up to what Vonnie was saying
and Vonny was on the stand for the early morning
and then
Vani was off the stand
So Vonny was off the stand around here.
I'm trying to find where he was at.
Sorry, by the way.
It looked like there's a lot of address in the court.
So they were talking about jury instructions.
Okay.
And so while we're waiting for the witness to be brought in,
jurors really want to know when the trial,
when they're going to get to the trial or like the end of the trial.
And I'm prepared to tell them right now that it will be next week.
My best guess will be early in the week
instead later in the week.
But as for the trial proceeds today and tomorrow,
we'll know for sure.
Do you have any objections to me saying that?
Drew said it was cool.
So they did tell the people or tell the jury that,
hey, Judge jurors have asked about the estimate trial again.
And I guess they told him, hey, listen, it's going to be next week early.
So you'll certainly will get the case next week.
As I said, I think that Tuesday or Wednesday is a much more likely estimate than Thursday or Friday.
so I hope that is helpful in planning your affairs.
And let me say on behalf of everyone,
we are grateful that you've taken the time out of your lives
to perform this important civic function.
Okay, now Vani is still on the stand from yesterday.
So yesterday morning.
He's under oath.
And let's see what they get into.
This is Didi's lawyer talking to Vani.
They try to play something,
and now they're going to just ask him straight-up questions.
Okay.
Okay, so he said,
you said it didn't seem like you were going to get out of custody, right?
Vonny says yes.
So how did you not know how you could really help?
He says, no, I didn't.
He said, then you told them you could remember certain things, right?
So I didn't hear it too well.
Could you play again?
They're playing this interview from the interview with the cops.
Well, well, actually, sure.
We'll play it one more time as you can hear.
Okay, it looked like they're having a problem.
playing some shit. Okay. Okay. So in
orientation to your other interviews, this was the closest
in time to the offense of the case, right? When you had your interview with law
enforcement, this was the closest to the August 22
events. Correct. So you did not know how you
could really help at the time though, right? Right. And
then you told them you could remember certain things, right? I said I could remember
certain things. But you know how it really would help, right? I'm guessing
that exactly was what I said
it's in the exhibit right here.
So Vani's trying to be smart.
You did not say it would help
if you told the truth
to be out?
No, I did not say that.
You said you could help them, right?
Yes.
And that was before everything you said after
was to help the prosecution, right?
Yeah, everything I said was in general to help.
Now, yesterday you talked about you had met
and you had kind of accepted that you met
with prosecution and the government's at least 13 times.
Remember, Jammer met 37 times.
Vani met 13 times, okay?
He says, yes.
He says, I wasn't accurate on 13, but somewhere around there.
That's what Mr. Finland said.
Around there, yes.
And the most recent was this past Saturday, right?
August 29.
So it looked like Vani linked up with the government a couple days ago.
He says, yes.
The trial had already started, right?
Correct.
It had been going on for a week, right?
Correct.
And you're aware,
oh, so you say,
Mr. Hester.
Ooh, that's not Mr. Hester.
That's Mr. Grant.
That's Vani.
Mr. Hester, you're aware,
you already testified.
Oh, no, no, never mind.
Mr. Hester, you're aware, already testified.
So that's a jam.
Okay, never mind.
So that's a proper question.
I thought you called me wrong name.
Correct.
And the prosecution,
your own lawyers was there at that meeting, though, right?
On Saturday?
Yes.
They showed you photographs, right?
I'm pretty sure.
I don't know exactly photographs they showed.
We went over a lot that day.
I was there for like eight, seven hours.
However, my eight hours.
Five hours is a long day.
Actually, so the Saturday before you had an eight-hour meeting with them.
Okay?
Vonny says, I don't recall how long.
It was a lengthy day.
It usually starts around 9 to 10.
I think I left there around 3, so you do the math.
Okay.
Three to 12, 3.
It's like 5, 6 hours.
5, 6 hours, somewhere around there.
So they showed you a video interview and asked you to identify a man in a car, right?
I don't recall.
Can you show me?
I'm attempting to get you to those notes that the agents took that might refresh your memory.
But let's move along for a bit and ask about some other things.
Was that meeting preparation for your testimony you're given now?
Correct.
And three days later, you took the witness stand, right?
You said the Saturday before or which Saturday we speaking about.
because you said Saturday before, before you said that one.
So I apologize.
So Saturday the 29th.
So okay.
Right.
So we're talking about, gosh, it seemed like ages ago, but this past Saturday.
Right.
Did you meet with them this past Saturday prior as well?
Yes.
So basically every Saturday on the weekends, Vani's meeting with the feds while this trial is going on.
So Vani was, you could tell he's the main guy.
He was getting prepped.
So I'm just sitting the scene.
Okay. The car arrived after, but you had already met with the party bus. Right.
Correct. You had brought guns, right? Yeah, they were in the trunk. And you testified that after all of this that Mr. Wilson told you to come with them, right?
No, that's not what I said. You said you had no intention to come on the plan for Cuando Rondo, right?
you testified that your only plan was to drop off the guns in the car and the mask and that you were not going to be involved, right?
This is what you testified.
Correct.
The plan was up until that point when he told me that Dirk told me to come.
I'm coming with them.
Okay.
So, and you're saying that Didi, you claim Didi told you you're coming with them, right?
Yes.
And that's the first time you ever heard.
And the first time you ever said that in any of your interviews, right?
No. Now, this is not in your Saturday notes. This isn't come up Saturday meeting at all, right?
You didn't say it then this past Saturday, August 29. I don't recall. I don't have, what page are you on?
Now, you also told the jury that Didi was one of the people who told you to get rid of the infinity, right?
That's what you testified to. Yeah. That's something you ever told law enforcement before your testimony last week?
I don't recall.
Now, as we indicated, as we just talked about August 24th morning when you were arrested,
that was the closest time to the, it's not August 24th, it should be October.
It's October 24th, 2024, never mind.
Anyway.
And your memory has happened.
Okay, some of this stuff is just nonsense.
Okay, so things in the prosecution brought to as part of their presentation for their theory.
helped you remember what supposedly happened two years before.
So, well, actual evidence showing like text messages, me and Joe,
that helped bring me back my memory.
So we have Harbaugh who's trying to like get Vonny to admit that his now testimony basically was framed and created by the feds.
He's basically saying, you'd never said these things until now.
you are saying new things even as of the last couple of Saturdays with you meeting with the feds.
And he's like, basically they're feeding you a story.
And Vani actually catches what they're trying to do.
He actually answers pretty well.
He says, no, they're not feeding me a story.
I'm looking at the evidence that they got and is jogging my memory.
Like, oh, okay, yeah, I forgot.
I was texting him.
Oh, what was I texting about?
Oh, now my career.
So that's what he's saying.
He said things, just certain things that I didn't really recall,
even the Verizon.
I didn't remember that.
I remember going to Verizon the next day.
But once they showed me the receipt,
I remember I was like,
oh yeah, I did go to the store in Woodland Hills.
So once they brought things that showed me I did,
it brought back my memory.
So the question becomes,
the prosecution brought you,
hey, did Mr. Wilson tell you that you're going along with the group
and then you agreed with this?
Was that a part of helping your memory?
No.
So basically they're trying to say like,
the prosecution fed him.
that one. So now I want to talk about that specific. So the claim that you were told to come along,
it was never your intention at that moment to go and participate in the plan, right? No, it wasn't.
Yesterday you agreed, right? You were involved with the black share shooting. Yeah. And in fact,
you had a leader role in the black share shooting, right? You could say, you organized the people,
right? Yeah, they tagged along. We were all there. We were all agreed to it, so I didn't really organize.
Well, you were driving, right? Of course, yes. You got the guns, right? Well, we were.
We already had him, but yeah.
You got the cars, right?
Of course.
Well, you actually had testified you were the man to get the guns.
Yes, because of connections.
Yeah.
But everyone around me carries guns.
So it wasn't like a, oh, let me go get these specific guns.
No, we already had guns, okay?
But it was provided by you, though, wasn't it?
I can't say that every gun used in that crime was provided by me, but maybe one or two
and the other ones were personal.
Everyone had an assault rifle or a pistol.
And each person had an assault rifle and pistol, I had a pistol myself.
So you obtained some guns for the shooting, right?
Yes.
You obtained the stolen vehicle for the shooting, right?
Yes.
You drove the vehicle, right?
Yes.
And no one then told you that you needed to come along, right?
Nah, that was voluntary.
Which exactly is what happened here in Los Angeles, right?
No.
Wait.
So now I want to talk to you about when you went down.
downtown that Sunday morning, all right?
Again, you were the one.
And Vonny Butson says,
may I ask what date is Sunday?
What date?
Say, I'm sorry. Friday morning.
I apologies. Friday the 19th.
The morning you went to the hotel.
It's okay, Friday.
So Friday, say yes.
So Mr. Hester calls you,
that's Jam. He doesn't order you.
You make the decision to go pick him up, right?
Yes.
And you were the one to tell Jam
whether he could shoot or not.
not, right? Yeah, I told
I told him it was up to him.
I'm not going to make the decision for you.
And you were the one that proposed later on
to shoot up the SUV on the freeway, right?
Yes. But you were just
along for the right, huh?
Well, that changed
at the time
point when the night before
the next morning, so now I'm involved.
Because I'm there. We did a
stakeout with them all night. So the next morning,
I'm involved 100%.
Question. You use
FaceTime audio to communicate with
Asa Hughes, Nicky, in the Infinity, right?
And you had told them that
you, that actually you use your own phone, correct? During that communication.
Yes, during the day
or that day, when we were stalking him and trailed him around, me and
Wilson were both using our phones back and forth.
And in fact, you said at one point your phone died, right?
I believe so. And that's when you borrowed
Mr. Wilson's phone, right? Borrowed. Well, you took his phone to
maintain communication. You think he would allow me to take his phone? In March 28, 2025,
you met with law enforcement, right? I'm pretty sure. What exhibit is it in? Yeah,
Bonnie think he's, he think he's smarter than the average bear. You can see he follows up the
questions with asking for proof. Could you show me the exhibit to that before I answer?
And so, well, it's exhibit 1187. You could turn to page four. You'll be able to see it.
It's okay. He said the fourth page of, okay.
It's okay, I'm here.
And there you told them that you use FaceTime audio to communicate with other people in the infinity.
Which line? Hold on. One second. Okay, yeah.
And you noted that Mr. Houston was in the infinity, Sedan, and you called his cell phone, right?
Yes. And you stated that at some point you may have used his cell phone to call Mr.
You use D-D-D-D-D cell phone to call boogie, right? Because your phone died, right?
Which line is that? Continuing on the same section, line to da-da-da.
Here's the answer. On FaceTime audio, yes. It says P-W2.
use FaceTime audio to communicate, blah, blah, blah.
PW2 has been using FaceTime audio to communicate with people.
And then the question becomes,
excuse me, Mr. Grant, if you could read it as read it to yourself,
that section, if it refreshes your memory of whether you told law enforcement
that you may have used his cell phone to call boogie because your cell phone battery may have died,
it says, would you like me to read the whole page to myself?
So I want you to read it silently to yourself.
Just that section, just to see if it refreshes your recollection,
As to what you told law enforcement in March 2025.
He says it doesn't say in that paragraph, sir.
He says you're denying that you told law enforcement that you borrowed Mr. Wilson's in what happens here, right?
That's your understanding, right?
Yes.
Now, one of the last questions the government asked you yesterday morning was that whether you remained any promises about the sentence that you'll receive, right?
Correct.
That's what they asked me.
And you didn't, and you said no?
They didn't.
they ask, okay, hear the question,
they ask whether anybody made promises to you, blah, blah, blah.
He says, yes, they did ask me that.
And you answer none at all?
Correct.
And they asked you again, last time.
Has anybody made promises about the sentence you received, right?
They said, they asked me that.
And you said no.
Okay, I could tell everybody was going to an exhibit about a phone recording
where Vonny was talking to his mama,
and Vani told his mom,
yo, I already got my 5K1 letter.
I'm going to be out soon.
Like basically,
Vani lied to his mom saying,
I already, you know, for the cooperating I'm doing,
my deal is already locked in,
and I'm going to get out soon,
which is going against what Harbaugh is now getting him to agree,
which is that there was,
there's been no promises of him getting out early,
soon, or anything of the sort.
And he's going to admit that he was just saying it to his mom
to keep her spirits up.
Wait, are we off again?
Did we disconnect?
I have one possible way to fix this,
but I would have to end stream.
It would take it like five minutes.
We'd have to end stream
and start streaming to a different server.
I think it's the server I'm streaming to.
Because when it's showing that I'm having poor connection,
literally my internet's still fine.
Do it?
Okay, okay.
If it's that big of a problem.
All right, give me one second.
I'm going to switch the servers.
Yellow Wolf!
Yo, Norrie!
You ever heard them beefing with Russ?
You ever heard of them?
And I love all of them.
Bubble Spocks, Yellow Whop and Russ.
I love them all.
You know what?
He got a Peter Rosenberg.
I mean, but you ever heard of people?
They get a pass.
But just because Norrie don't want to do your interview
and I'm a grown-ass man.
If I say yes on Monday and I say no on Wednesday,
that is on me.
I owe you nothing.
I said to say on one of the other part of his conversations
that you don't own me.
What's the stress that I have?
to be under as a black man to tell another white man in 2026 that you don't own me that's crazy
work that i had to be under now now take away the fact that he's white and i'm black let's just say
just two men just another man telling another man that you don't own me in 2026 it's humanly
and incorrect that is some foul things and by the way he reminded me that i said that to him
and that's the reason why he ran to the internet he ran to internet first because he wanted to create
the narrative he wanted to create that i was the one that was wrong
No, all I simply said was no.
Bro, he's on tour.
He's on tour doing all these speaking engagements
talking about.
You know what he is, nor do he that.
But he's always on tour against a black man.
Can he go on tour?
This is anybody.
Anybody that's not for my coach.
I was thinking of a name.
But can he go on towards this is Brett Chrysner?
Come on.
Take a shot of Jake Paul.
I dare you.
Can he go on tour?
This is Jake Paul?
Can he?
But he's going to.
He goes on toward this in Ari Spires.
He goes on toward this in Norrie.
He goes on toward this in Godfrey.
He goes to, but he does not have this white people.
And by the way, he has never admitted to himself being wrong.
Never, not even with the Farrakhan thing.
Not even with the Farrakhan thing.
Me, even with this person over there, you will hear me say,
yo, you know what?
On this part, I was wrong.
On this part I was wrong.
You hear me admit to that.
This guy is just a person who takes about culture.
He develops his whole life of a black drama
and he messes with black women
and don't even explain.
Dasty
All right
Hopefully that works
You never know
Give me one second
I think it's gonna work
You know
If it happens here too
I got a troubleshoot
To do something else
But this should be better
Give me a second
I'm changing all the
thumbnails and shit
Because we did a new stream
Okay
All right
Let me know if we're good
I'm watching this shit like a Hulk
Should better not fail me, man.
Better not fail me.
All right.
Yeah, I'm having some connection issues here.
I'm having some connection issues.
Okay.
I'm going to keep monitoring.
Let me know if it, I'm going to keep looking over here to make sure if you guys do have a problem.
I try to fix it.
Is this an old interview by Jam?
Let's say this.
I just came home from doing 10.
We all just a year 13.
But, you know, like, we missed a lot of years.
Like, you know, so it's like.
No, no nothing, but we just...
No, right, show, no, no, white, show.
No, right, show. No, why should. No, why.
No. Nothing, but...
We just going to be supposed to do the right way, bro.
Yeah.
You know what I'm going to stand on the business on here.
For the new generation, man, to paint the pictures that need to be painted, man.
We got to do something positive, yeah, yeah.
Is this recent? Oh, no.
Is there a new one?
Oh my god, this happening again.
No.
No.
God damn, bro.
Yo, what's going on with my shit right now?
Like, I literally don't know.
Bro, I'm like running tests.
Like, my shit's even fine.
I'm getting...
The most part, I'm not getting any issues.
Yeah, I have no clue, bro.
I have no clue.
This is a year ago on DJU.
Is this recent?
Let's see.
What the fuck?
He came out your nut, but this is what it is.
Can't tell me about mine.
I'm going to ask one more question.
Probably one or two we ended it.
Can we speak on the track?
The track dude paying the money.
But I ain't going to lie.
I heard a few bad things about track from some people.
I'll say this about track.
Everyone knows who he is.
He revealed who he is when he said that Vaughn wasn't in his right state of mind that night.
Little Tim has an open case.
Why would you possibly say that he wasn't in his right state of mind that night?
This is supporting, but he told me, hey, we don't want him in jail.
Oh, I think he's talking about 100K track.
Maybe that's true.
Maybe that's why he said what he said.
But whenever I call track and ask him for something, he sends it.
He treats me like a peasant, a couple hundred.
Damn, yo, what's up with OTIAvani's dad and everything being about money, man?
Bro, everything is about money for him, huh?
Here, a couple hundred there or whatever.
But, hey, something is better than nothing for me to do what I need to do.
You know what I mean?
But he stopped answering my call after the DJU interview.
He doesn't answer my calls anymore.
But, hey, who cares?
Okay.
I got another interview out.
here I want to wrap it up man or I appreciate you I appreciate you coming through that you got
you got all these witnesses you got Liddirk who who who fights a real real drama you know
you got all these guys who passed away in the incidents what do you see uh how do you see it
it planning out uh the what the I think they go to trial in like two weeks or something how do you
how do you what do you see that going whether they
plea out for five years
probation, ten years probation because
allegedly the government doesn't
have a strong enough case and they don't want to lose.
As I said,
it is what it is, man.
The powers that be, they intentionally
got caught. This is what this is.
There's no way in the world.
I'm going to travel from Georgia
all the way to California
to go kill someone. When the person who
shot my brother is on
house arrest in Savannah, Georgia,
which is maybe two hours away from
Atlanta, Georgia. Make that
make sense. House arrest
means he has to be at the location
by a certain time. He's going to
leave out at a prescribed time.
He's going to come back at a prescribed time.
Why are we traveling
all the way across the globe
to go not even kill
the person? Someone who had nothing to do with this situation
got killed. This is
easy. This is Mickey Mouse. This is bubblegum.
What are we doing here? You people,
I don't understand it. But
Allah said to what the Islaa gives wisdom.
to whom he wants to give it to.
For sure.
Everyone doesn't have wisdom.
And humdrumed it, this is something that you either born with or you don't have it.
And that's something that I have.
So I can see.
Is Dirk coming home?
Yes or no?
Yes.
We out.
Safe.
Hmm.
This is OTF.
Okay, here we go.
But what's the, like, the real thing, like, your son did for you, like, having that bread.
I'm not going to.
It's crazy.
Like, the money is really bad.
big of a thing, huh?
I don't even speak on him.
Okay.
You know what I mean?
That's just what it is.
I want to speak on that.
I've seen DJ academics talking to you and you being in that circle, why you think that
Vlad or DJ academics ain't none of them come and grab you for that story?
They don't want to hear it because it's the truth.
It seemed like that they're individual, but they all are under the same umbrella.
and DJ Academics called in
WAC 100
to discredit me
or to throw off the narrative
to keep the people away
because as I was reading the comments they said
we've never seen DJ academics stuck ever in his life
he got him stuck
but I'm going to say this to whack
Cuffy is my man
Cuffy is my brother
asked Cuffy about
me. Ask your OGs from the West Coast about me and they're going to let you know who I am.
I'm not going to disrespect you whack because you may be tied to some of my people and you are
tied to my people coffee. So I respect where people come from. But I guarantee you you find out
who I am. You know that I'm one to be respected. Vani got a order of protection out on trenches
news. I mean, I don't know how he has an order of protection out on him and he's incarcerated.
I mean, I don't think he's going to jail and harassing him, but he's saying he, I guess he
I mean, he's speaking on him. I mean, I don't know. Maybe his power of attorney has order
protection on him. I don't know anything about that. Trenches is only reporting what's already
out there. So I don't think that it's fair to have an order of protection out on them. But, hey, as I
said i don't have anything to do with that may trenchist news be victorious in whatever is going on
with him and the legal proceedings or whatever i don't have anything to do with that and it's just
what it is you know do you get bad like like anything bad or something like people only you are
on that after the interview talking about that your son and stuff like going outside i'll say this
yes a lot of people because your son is your son
But I stand with the truth.
And everything that I say is the truth.
So, a parent, if you are real and everything that I said is the truth, which it is,
would you still embrace yours?
And everything is real that I said.
Everything I said is a fact, a thousand percent, the truth.
So this will let you know.
who you are as a parent.
Maybe you need to check your skirt.
Maybe you need to see who you really are
because you ain't as real as you think you is.
Because the real stand with the real.
Fake stand with the fake.
I don't care who it is.
This is what it is.
Like I said, you get down on somebody
as Mickey Mouse.
Yeah, you shouldn't have did it,
but hey, there was Mickey Mouse anyway.
But when you get down on somebody that's real,
real ones ain't on in that.
For sure.
Real ones ain't on in that.
No way.
Can you say the last time you spoke to your son?
I haven't spoken to him at all.
Text message was revealed.
All of it didn't get revealed out.
And I'll give it to you for you to reveal it because Trenches has it.
I forgot the other guy out of Carolina this coup with Gaila Hagan.
Huka Anonymous.
He has the full text message.
And he never revealed it.
so I ain't I ain't gonna
you ain't gotta send it to
I mean I want you to reveal it
I want you to put out the whole text message
because no one put the whole text message
and you'll be the first one to drop the whole text message
but how long has it been like years a couple
I mean it was a month after
No I'm saying how long been since you talked to him
We text maybe a month after he was arrested
That's it I don't have any what do we have to talk about
I mean he's coming home I'm not worried about that
I mean and as I said and as I revealed in the text message which we're not going to talk
about it anymore but you'll see in the text message and all you have to do is revert
back to DJ you's interview and unsubscribe him after you revert back to the
interview did you will see did you come home tomorrow if this case was real did
your did your family hit you up like man you can't do that like this like you
can't be talking about
DJ you go crazy analyzing things now you can't come to me about how to do no
computer stuff or no um so i know hey going to get your son like that's all i'm trying to you know
like this is fuck the homies this show son this is this real cane and able type shit
vaughn was vaughn was like my son and this just what it is you know what it is you know what
it's just hold on vaughn was like your son but vani is you're a son but guess what that's that's
who came out your nut not king vaughan king vaughan that is
come out your testicle.
Oh, nah, DJ you checking them.
Okay.
Kvon did.
Not Dayvon.
Oh, shit.
You see what I'm trying to say?
So I'm listening to you right now.
You see, I'm sweating.
I told you we'll get hot in this motherfucker.
Because I'm passionate about what I talk about.
I'm passionate about what I put on my platform.
You see what I'm saying?
You steady,
bigin up Devon.
Yeah, he's shitting on his son, but bigging up King Vaughn.
But you throwing Kayvon under the bus,
and Kayvon came out of your nuts.
So make it make sense for me today, aunt.
Please make it make sense.
Wrong is wrong.
When you do family, when you get down on people and you do it,
that's another, and you don't fix it, you don't rectify it.
Like I said, I might have backdozed somebody at that age that I wasn't close to and ties to.
You don't get down on real people.
You don't do that.
You don't get down on real people.
I can't never honor that.
Silk was like my brother, not blood-related.
Anything that's attached to him, I love it.
Anything that's attached to me, he love it.
That's just what it is.
And like I said, when I love, I love for real.
My son is my son.
We've been around each other.
Why you have to take me with you to go pay him.
How you love me and you take me with you to go pay my nephew's hitters.
And more than likely, you lose my nephew's money.
Pay for his own hit.
Hopefully did he get it back from him.
Now, he has this kind of like, you know, kind of, he's half, let me not say correct.
Half of the stuff he says makes sense and half sounds mad kooky.
So here's the first thing he says.
He says supposedly Vani
paid
Cuando and Little Tim to kill King Vaughn.
I know. It sounds crazy.
He claims his son Vani
took him to Savannah
and they handed wads of cash
to Cuando Rondo and Little Tim
and that was for the murder of King Vaughn.
Now, if you've seen the whole footage of how King Vaughn died,
that seems like a bunch of random situations
that turned into a guy hopping out the truck and shooting King Vaughn,
which happened to be Little Tim,
that didn't look like a paid hit.
Also, if you look at it,
it looked like Cuando was just mine as goddamn business.
Cuando was mind as business and Vaughn ran up on him.
So his theory is kind of crazy.
and also why would Vani go pay the op to kill his cousin?
But according to him, this happened.
I know he had to get hit by young boy.
I know he had to get hit by these other people once mission was taken care of.
You know what I mean?
But more than likely, my nephew's own money paid for his own hit.
This is horrible.
This is crazy.
You could have left me at the crib.
So I ain't got no knowledge of this.
You know what I mean?
So you don't give a fuck about me?
Why you take me with you?
But like I said, to make sure that I was going to protect him.
and make sure this is that and other.
But like I said, guess what?
Nicky, you locked up now for allegedly sliding for Vaughn.
Quando Rondo didn't die, nor did Little Tim.
I guarantee you, Little Pab family smells something fishy about their son's death.
I guarantee you this.
This is a fact because we know this is orchestrated.
I know this is orchestrated.
This ain't no get back.
Quando, Rondo, Little Tim on our side.
Dutie Lowe got robbed and popped by them.
You know, when Vaughn got his stardom,
His rap fame, you know, it came via...
Somebody said you should be watching a 607 unquine, really?
Little Dirk, okay?
And, you know, from listening to you,
I hear claims that Ler Dirk has something to do with Vine killing.
Okay.
What's your thoughts on Ler Dirk and his involvement?
Know this. The industry is behind everything. My son works for Little Dirk. So everything got orchestrated through my son. So for Dirk to ask my son after we dropped the bag off to Little Tim, was it open? And Vine, my son answered to Dirk is off the hinges. So that let you know that he knew what was to take place and what was going on. And he asked him, was it open.
And it has them you take care of business to make sure that back door is open on Vaughn.
And my son answered it's off the hands.
So that let you know he was a part of it.
And whether it's not the industry, the main culprits behind it, the industry.
Being, measing, we guess gay, this man, four million.
We don't got him in a 360 deal.
He owned his masters.
He own all this.
He ain't had to get drug through.
You brought him in, Mr. Banks.
You introduced him to us.
We can't control this guy.
Your career is going to go and his is going to escalate if he doesn't die.
Your career is going to be done because guess what?
We're going to make sure this paperwork gets out this show that you told about a murder that Vaughn went on and his person he went on the drill with, they got killed.
So the only person they could tell on the murder is the person who paying for the hits and the person who did the hit.
So the person who Vaughn went on the drill with he got killed so he can't tell on it.
on it. So the only person who know about it is the person who paid for the
conscience is there another. So you tell them about murders. So we're going to bring
all this to the light. This is what we're going to do if this person, the world, whether
you want to agree to it or not. Kat Williams ain't crazy. Kanye West ain't crazy. Everybody
saying the same thing. Michael Jackson, everybody's saying the same thing.
When he put that OTF chain on that boy and that great Nike tech suit, this is simple.
I would have bonded you out. You could have stayed in my house. When Vaughn was
Chat, you know what the problem is for anybody who could hear me?
The company that streams, like multi-streams me, they're having the problem.
It's not my computer because, like, every time it shows that I don't have connection,
I'm on the same connection with this computer and I'm fine.
So it looks like that service is having some problem.
I went to a different server, but I'm still using the same service to multi-stream.
The only other thing I could try, but I wouldn't be able to multi-stream.
So I could, like, just try straight to kick, but it would only be kick.
Or straight to YouTube, but it would only be YouTube.
But I would just go straight to kick if it was any of them.
He didn't have a lawyer, a paid lawyer.
When Dirk was on the breakfast club and Angela Lee said,
who, you beat you went to trial.
That must have been pretty expensive.
How you beat it?
With a lawyer?
What you think his guy has?
brother gonna be sitting here with 300,000
lines worth of jury on and he not have a lawyer.
Farn had a public defender.
Matter of fact, Baylor had to change one of his public defenders
and get him another public defender
because the first public defender wasn't doing a good enough job.
Even though a public defender is a real attorney,
they just have to take so many cases pro bono for the state.
You know what I mean?
But he didn't even have a lawyer.
You know what I mean?
So just let you know.
Regular street dudes that ain't got no change,
piece together and put up money so they guys can get lawyers.
How his so-called brother, but like he said, evil twin.
Evil twin, pay attention to that.
Evil twin, and then back in blood, the same, you know what I mean?
Come on.
All this, it's easy.
It's easy.
Just read and pay attention to the signs.
It's easy.
I know y'all don't want your favorite rapper to beat him backdoed as man, but this is just what it is.
And it's straight facts.
It's straight facts.
Do I hate it?
I hate it.
I hate that I'm here having to speak about this.
I'd rather anybody, any of his opts got out and
killed him because this is what come along with the street shit not his own people setting them up
to get killed this is insane it's insane it's insane it's insane there's been many enemies he got me just
somebody gonna get him but we ain't gonna pay the people to get him you know who i got to talk to
i got to talk to a hundred k-k track yo track you holl at me track track i got to figure out with with you
what's up with this guy because you know obviously track was the manager for king von when he died
this guy's trying to claim that Von he killed King Von
or paid for him to get killed.
He said, man, if they killed King Vine,
that shit happened from inside.
This shit getting deep on because I can say you this, man,
I didn't talk to someone King's Von Ops, right?
I didn't interview the real ops,
not no Kwondo, Rondo, and Little Tim.
I'm talking about in Chicago.
Mm-hmm.
Specifically, I'm talking about K.L. Mama.
I interview K.A. Mama.
It's on my channel.
You can go watch it.
I want everybody to go watch it while I'm missing.
Okay.
I think this is the interview we should be playing actually.
Ote Avani Das says too much.
This was two days ago.
So this was a year ago, the one that you just played, this was two days ago.
Devon really didn't want to everything happening.
Muslim killer Muslim.
That Muslim got to give his life.
As I said before, they're coming home, man.
You know what I mean?
If they wanted to want them to come home,
minus the, minus the,
minors, Mickey Mouse.
I can't speak on the other ones because they wasn't there
for Vons.
Payment and murder.
How you're X Street, nigga,
you go on to the police about a murder?
This came from the inside.
His own people got out on him.
Not his ops got out on him.
His own people got out on him.
And not only did they get out on him,
robbed him for every dime he had.
Said the man died broke with no money.
Zero dollars.
Oh, this dude thirsty for some money.
He's hungry for some money.
He's going to kill my nephew and take all his money
and don't leave his family with shit.
Don't go like that.
And Islam say,
if a Muslim kill a Muslim,
that Muslim got to give his life,
the family can forgive him,
or you got to pay the blood money.
But you can't pay the blood money with money that you stole from him.
You got to give all the money that you stole from them back.
Then you got to give your own money up for the blood money.
How are you paying blood money with money that you stole from?
Got to give your own money up.
Right.
Sound like you may or may not have upset big dirt.
Because this don't sound like nothing to big dirt would like to hear, especially with his son.
I only feel a lot.
I only feel a lot.
You think I want to hear, think I wanted to hear my nephew, my nephew got murdered.
And for me to know everything came from the inside, so I don't care what nobody think.
I don't care what nobody think
This is the truth
And I'm willing to die behind it
Right
And guess what?
My death ain't death
My death is living
Right
So it's what it is
I ain't tripping on none of it
Right
You know, it's what it is
And anybody that's supporting these dudes
And being around these dudes
I don't need to check y'all
on himself
And see how real y'all is
Because ain't no real people
gonna be around
No people like that
I don't care how much money involved
Ain't real people
gonna be around
No people like that man
You ain't standing on business
when your people get these people up out of here,
you ain't going to fix the problem.
Come on, man.
Right.
And you able to?
Right.
And you don't, but we're pushing peace now.
Right.
What about the people that killed D thing?
What about their family members?
Y'all are inviting them to Islam?
Or they don't want to hit nothing because guess what?
We're pushing peace now after my people that killed your son and they dead.
Now we can push peace.
Could they still be alive and peace be pushed?
I don't know.
Man, come on, man.
People from the streets, man.
We got Islam in our late stages.
We got Islam in our late stage.
We weren't raised from the womb as Muslims.
So guess what?
I know how he felt, because I felt that way.
I know how he felt because I felt that way.
But I know Allah, Sapuntu, Uttai is how I moved to King.
He's the Avenger.
I'm not the Avenger.
I was just being tested.
I was just being tested.
That's what that was.
So I know how he felt.
And I know how any Muslim would feel
that wasn't born in this to this thing
and they people get killed.
I know the feeling.
Trust me, I know the feeling.
But at the point where I'm at,
I'd rather kill myself than kill them.
I would never let them win.
Right.
What did you say if people be like, okay, cool,
you're saying this is to just try to free your son?
Free him.
Yeah.
He's going to be free anyway.
He sent the text message.
He's getting five to six years or seven years.
He allegedly just bought a girl,
a big old rock if it's real if it ain't
moist tonight. Yo, I ain't gonna lie.
This, yo, this Pops
is the biggest pocket watch I've ever seen.
The right ring had to be over
20, 30,000 dollars, if not more than that.
If it's real. So does
that sound like a person that's worried about going to jail?
Worry about
anything? Who's spending
this type of money in jail? Unless
you got it for real.
Or unless you know you're coming home.
If it's real, because
we can put a cubic sikone in here all day,
long it says real they'll be testing them nowadays I mean they got they got some
to pass the test right I got the most tonight or whatever it is I get I get that
so you ain't just got no animosity or no hatred for dirt then or Mickey Mouse I mean
I have it because of what took place y'all wrong you know I mean y'all should have
got together woo-woo and man you know this what it is but like I said he was a part of
industry first he was eating shrimp with Diddy
You know what I mean?
That's what Dirk.
I mean, Mickey Mouse said, I was eating shrimp with Ditty.
Right.
You know what I mean?
So, come on.
This is what this is, man.
Majority of them people that's in the industry is like that.
This is for sure.
Majority of them is like that.
This is for sure.
But Dirk ain't like that.
I don't know.
A lot of who I don't know.
But you was eating shrimp with Ditty.
So, hey.
Right.
Right.
I get that.
Listen, let's go back, right?
Okay, Dirt's defenses just got started, y'all.
Dirt's defense is just kicking off.
Dirk's defense has kicked off.
And his first witness,
his first witness is the sister of Big Country.
The first witness that the defense has brought in is Tanya Jonikin,
who is a sister of Big Country.
Remember, Big Country was supposedly a security guard for Dirk at some point.
Sorry.
She said, Big Country passed in August 6, 2024,
as she said, Big Country was a licensed gun carrier,
worked security,
and did security for Tupac's sister,
Jermaine DePree,
and also for Floyd Mayweather.
Okay?
I'm wondering why this is the angle right here.
I'm wondering why this is the angle.
Maybe this person could test it.
Remember, you're not bringing up Big Country.
He passed away.
If you forgot,
let me bring up Big Country back in the transcript.
We would have to go to Day.
six, I believe. So day six, where's day six? Let's go to day six. No, is it day six or maybe
it's day seven? I think it's day seven, actually. Let's go to day seven. This might be day seven
right here, though. Let's go to day seven. And we're going to read who big country is. But
apparently he passed away. His sister is now on a stand. Okay, here we go. Cool.
is the first mention of Big Country
by Vani, okay?
So the question is, did you power the slide
or how was the slider transported?
Now, they're talking about the attempted hit on Coondo Rondo
in Blackshare, Georgia.
And Vani answers, he says, well, first,
before I even did the slider,
I started to just see if I could get it arranged.
Once I was able to confirm that I was able to purchase it,
I had the sliders towed to Big Country's house.
So we get to realize,
they're using Big Country's house to bring sliders through,
but Big Country lives down there in Atlanta or, yeah, somewhere in Georgia.
The prosecutor said, or whoever is questioned him, says,
who is Big Country?
Big Country used to work for Dirk.
He used to be a driver and a security.
So Banks knew who Big Country was, right?
Yes.
Did you discuss Big Country's role in the murder plot at Zoo's House or sometimes later?
I think we're at Zuz.
house. I can't really recall. I just recall me going to Mr. Banks and telling him the exact plan.
Ooh, by the way, this doesn't look good for Vani. Why is Vani? Vani says he's not no mastermind.
How are you telling Dirk, who's the boss, the plan? Shouldn't Dirk tell you the plan?
He said, recall me going to Dirk and tell him the exact plan. I told everybody to plan.
Everybody was sitting around the counter. They understood where we're going to go from there.
So do you remember how? And did, so this meeting,
obviously occurred, when did it occur in proximity to the actual concert?
A day or two, when did it happen?
Remember, they were plotting around Cuano Rondo's concert.
It was probably 60 hours before, somewhere around there.
So 60 hours, that would be almost three days, okay?
Or two and a half days.
He says maybe 48 to 60 hours before the concert.
So two to three days, yes.
So on May 1st, is that the date that the country?
Concert happened. Yes. Tell the jury what happened on May 1st. May 1st, I gathered everything together. I had both cars loaded in the trailers. We were supposed to trailer the cars down. I had the black truck driver on the side to take us to Waycross, Georgia. It ended up only being me, move up and two guys. Somebody else ended up coming, but he ended up driving his own car. So I only ended up using one of the cars to go to Waycross. So you move up and two other guys that they traveled to.
the general area? Yes. And you said you hired a driver. Did you take the driver down there? Yes,
the four of you. And there was somebody else who drove down there? Yes. Do you remember that person? No,
I do not. Did they drive? What type of vehicle they drove? They drove a charger. Did you take any
steps to avoid getting caught? We all left all cell phones. We had mask, guns. Just typical, just regular
steps. I would say when you're going to commit a crime, okay? You said you left your cell phone,
like your personal cell phone? Yes. How did you communicate between the cars if you left?
your cell phone. I had a burner phone. Okay. So you obtained a burner phone for the use of the crime.
Yes. Did you travel away across Georgia venue where Kwanterwanda was playing? Yes. What'd you do when you
arrived? When we arrived, I found a location that could, that used to be an old, I guess a truck parking lot.
We pulled in there. We unloaded the Jeep. We got in the Jeep, told the driver and both drivers,
big country and the other driver to wait here. We'll be back. They were unaware of what we were doing.
Then we drove into town to, and so let me stop you there.
So you're saying you took a black car down there.
There was a driver that drove you down there, correct?
Yes.
And you said that you talked about two drivers.
Did big country drive the trailer or contained the slider?
Yes, so big country drove the trailer containing the slider.
When you said the black truck, are you referring to the black track hawk?
The black track hawk stolen vehicle?
Yeah, that was inside the train.
Okay, were you driving that vehicle that night?
Yes.
Did you drive the way across, did you drive across Georgia to Cuando Rondo's venue?
Yes.
Did you see Cuando leave?
No, I didn't.
The other car did.
The other car?
The charger.
Was he traveling with an entourage at night?
Yes.
How many vehicles was he with?
He was with like 10 to 15.
Damn, Cuando, at least Cuando was trying to move right, man.
10 to 15 vehicles.
And that is Cuando Rondo and his crew, right?
Yes.
Did you and the other vehicles follow Cuano Rondo?
Yes.
Why?
To kill him.
Your Honor, if government moves to admit, exhibit this, cool.
It's somewhat of a grainy video, but do you recognize it was depicted here?
Yes.
And the time is made 2nd, 2021, approximately 318 a.m.
Is that what it says here?
Yes.
Was it after Quanderado played a show in Waycross, Georgia?
Yes, do you recognize the vehicle on the right side that have circling the right corner?
Yes, what is it?
A silver charger that came with us.
Okay, and that was the other car that you were using to attempt to kill Quantanaro, right?
Yes, our eyes.
So I guess that was like the lookout.
Do you recognize this little structure in the background?
No, I can't really see it, honestly.
Did you end up ambush in Quanderando with a gas station near Blackshire, Georgia?
Yes, does this depict the Blackshire, Georgia?
Yes, please publish.
Do you recognize the vehicle that came in a frame of six seconds?
Yes, who was driving that vehicle?
I was.
Is that the Black Track Hawk?
Yes.
Slider?
Okay.
Who was in the car with you at the time?
Me, Mouwam, two other guys.
had other people been dropped off before this?
Yes.
So before I came here, I actually,
so this is, this is, um,
Vaughn here.
I actually rode past,
I saw him at the gas station,
we spun the block, and I read this before, chat.
I read this before.
But we now know who big country is.
Let's go to all mentions of big country.
So big country drove the trailer.
Okay?
So what happened after the shooting?
After shooting, it just happened that,
after shooting it just so,
happened that I chose to unload at was a block away from there.
So literally, I did a giant rectangle, came around Big Country, and the driver heard it.
The trailer door was already down.
So it looked like Big Country heard that something was going on, and he knew that these guys
might be coming back to put the car back in.
So it looked like Big Country kind of knew what was up.
He said, I let the guys out.
They got inside the black truck.
I drove the Jeep inside Big Country's trailer.
It says, now the first time, now this is Finland talking to Avani.
Now, the first time you were interviewed, you didn't say anything about the involvement of big country. Do you remember that?
He said, no, I don't recall. But eventually you did give information about big countries involvement. Yeah.
Okay, you mentioned that during direct examination, there was some other people involved. You just didn't know their identities. Is that fair to say? Yeah, I didn't. I didn't. I didn't know their names. I didn't know who they were. Okay, now that is really important.
If we think back to what happened on August 18th and 19th, but more importantly, the 18th of 2022 and Infinity was brought over, right?
Yes, white infinity. And two people came over.
in a dark colored vehicle to deliver that vehicle, right? Yeah. And when you began cooperating,
you say you didn't have the identity of those people. Do you remember that? Yeah. So no effort has been
made, as far as you know, about law enforcement, to determine who those critical people were that
delivers you the hot car in L.A. So I didn't know. I didn't know their names. I don't know who they are.
Well, you're a part of an international stolen car ring. Isn't that true? I guess you can say that.
Okay, in any communication you have had with them about what you said to them when you needed those
vehicles and what's your role was the only way we would know would be through them or someone
their associate with, right? Can you be specific who them is? I don't know. You are the one who's
involved in the international stolen car ring, so whoever you call it to get the vehicles. Okay. Okay.
Did you turn that information over while you were cooperating with the United States government?
I didn't have the information. So, okay, so you just talk to somebody. You don't know who they are
that could corroborate the words that come out of your mouth and Vonny Bud's in.
You've got to understand.
We did this crime two years before we were arrested.
So no, I don't have a contact of them.
Okay.
So now, interestingly, everything we call it Blackshare because the Circle K gas station was not where the little show was, right?
Circle K station, as you remember, was a few miles away, right?
Yeah, in the next city, Blackshare.
Exactly.
So the person that was involved to bring you the vehicle, that was a big country, right?
Hmm.
Okay.
There's two more mentions of Big Country.
right here okay never mind so we're good so we're getting updates this is dirk's case that's on on display
steel is is um doing the direct now you got remember it it's going to be direct for
dirk and because this is dirt's witness okay is dirt's witness so how long did big country do
security for dirk this is a sister remember big country's dead he worked security
Security form from 2019 to either 2021 or 2022.
Security, I guess,
him and security went hand to hand.
She mentions yet a security company
that had licensed carry for many celebrities,
including Dirk Banks.
Okay.
I wonder what angle they're going with
with trying to talk about big country here.
Hmm.
We'll figure out shortly.
All right.
I'll keep playing this a little bit
until we get more updates.
Unless let me try to look for
Traplore Ross
Any updates?
No more updates.
Out of court.
The not, maybe.
No, probably, right?
Yeah, no. Okay.
Setti Nash,
probably not.
And nope.
And if we go to Taylor,
probably not as well.
Lunch is coming up shortly
for the court staff.
So we should get an update very shortly.
Let's go back.
you are from Chicago, right?
Yeah.
Warren, Chicago.
Southside.
For everybody watching, what the Southside like?
And what part are you from South?
Let me fix this the mic so it makes me get you the night.
Southside, 89 Follettys Grove, Ada Park, 51st in the state,
West Side, Chicago Avenue, Trumbull, Chicago, Western and Florida,
travelers, foes, as you say, BDGD, Vice Lord,
That for real because I was plugged with all those people.
I was just at the mosque the other day and one of the stones that I respect from Motown.
He was going to the little bar next door.
He pulled up on me.
I said, man, he got a crucifix around his neck.
I said, man, I'm most stoned in you.
You know what I'm saying?
I can carry your chief to the grave.
You can't carry your chief to the grave.
Right.
But he a real dude.
I know him from when I was in the streets.
He know I'm a real dude.
Real, recognized, real.
So he may see something in this Islamic community that ain't right.
He know how to read, but hey, it's what it is.
He can see it.
So therefore, this is probably why he hasn't gravitated towards Islam yet.
But as he told me, make sure you call me, Craig.
Right.
That's what he called me.
You know what I'm saying?
Make sure you call me, Craig.
Make sure you call me.
And it's just what it is.
You know what I mean?
So, right.
known throughout the city of Chicago.
With the GDs, everybody.
Right.
I mean, it's just what it was.
Right.
You mentioned you was in jail with Dirk's father, so you had to commit a felon.
What landed you in prison?
Conspiracy to sell two kilos of grams or more and a firearm.
My co-defendant,
Muslims follow an Arab prophet.
The original Arab was dark-compleaded.
The Arab that you see now is whitewashed.
Prophet Muhammad Salleh Salehulam.
He said that he saw Bilal Radi al-Hu and whose footsteps thousands of years ahead of his in paradise.
Bilau was an Ethiopian slave, blacker than his mic phone.
We all follow Muhammad.
We all want to emulate him.
He said he saw an Ethiopian slave foot slave footprints ahead of his in paradise.
So what does that say about the melanated people?
What does that say about us?
Not the Arab, but an Ethiopian,
he saw his footsteps ahead of his in paradise.
What the hell?
The other thing is it paid to do?
How is any real person mad at Kwando Rondo?
When you take a Muslim's life.
So you got to pay the blood money for Vaughn?
Yeah, that's it.
Wait, what?
What makes me deserve a...
I mean, I mean, I want forgiveness for all the Muslims.
Regardless of how I feel about them now,
I want forgiveness.
for all of the Muslims because I want to be forgiven.
You'll be a fool not to want your brothers to make tooba
and repentance to a Lusipanto, Ila.
You ain't no real Muslim.
If you don't want your brothers to ask for forgiveness,
what makes me deserve enough forgiveness and they don't?
Right.
But Islam say, you got to make toba.
You got to pay the family to blood money when you take a Muslim's life.
So you got to pay the blood money for bond?
Yeah, that's it.
How much blood money would that be?
whatever whatever it is where we know what he was worth we know he took at least three they took at least
three million from him so whatever it whatever it is whatever his mother would be satisfied with
you know what I mean because so the story the father of Vani goes with is that because we've heard
from Vani now and I'm not going to lie this story might as the trial went on the story doesn't
sound that far fetch Vani's a scammer Vani has cloned Dirk's credit card he has fake IDs for
He knows Dirk's social.
This is a crafty guy.
He knows how to get stolen cars, stolen guns.
This is a typical scammer.
Now, with that being said, y'all,
if you hear that King Vaughn gets murdered
and if we find out how much access he had to Dirk,
that looked like if he wanted to rob Dirk, he could have,
if Vaughn dies, King Vaughn,
it's probably feasible that Vonn he had the access to steal whatever he wanted,
include music, reroute money.
He could do whatever the fuck he wanted to do.
And that's what the father's actually accusing him up.
The father's actually accused him of,
like potentially stealing millions from Vaughn
right after he died.
She ain't even tripping.
You know, it's what it is.
My son is gone.
But you let me know my son won,
Hassan, I trust you.
If you're saying he won, I know he won.
And I see all the signs anyway that he won.
Just by seeing his children, you know he won.
You know, this is, man.
Right.
You think that they, he made a sacrifice,
but it's okay to go in and just be okay with Dirk
if Dirk paid the money, he can be okay, be fine.
Because Islam says this, this is not what I've made up.
This is not me being thirsty for some money.
Islam said if you kill another Muslim,
you either gotta give your life,
pay the family the blood money,
or the family can forgive you.
Maybe you're giving his life by going to jail.
He's not gonna go to jail.
Who, we didn't tell you to go,
you don't kill anybody, you should have killed yourself.
You don't kill anybody.
You should have killed yourself.
They only do what they was paid to do.
They only did what they was paid to do.
How is any real person mad at Cuando, Rondo, and Lil Tim?
How?
They did what they was paid to do.
You're mad at the people that paid them.
You're mad at them for?
So they should be mad at Dirt.
Come on, man.
Why is Dirk paying for all these murders then?
I can't speak on nobody else's.
I can't speak on.
Only when I was there that it may have been for the payment of a murder.
since they say it was a drug deal going wrong
but they're like I said
no such thing as coincidence
Why were you doing a drug deal
was people are supposed to be as ops
even supposed to be fucking with Quando Randonnell
I don't know I don't even know nothing about none of that
but like I said we passed him a bag of money
that's what I can say we passed my bag of money
what it was for I don't know
but for Mickey Mouse to ask him
was it open he told him it's off the hinges
for this the same person to end up shooting
him for us to go case the place out
this is what this had to be for
this is easy this is common
sense. It's easy. And then for me to go get sent to go pick up a hellcat so I won't be there,
but as my people said, could have been saving your life because I know I would have been dead
in the street. I know I'd have been dead. But no police, Vaughn was on the ground with a gun, wasn't he?
No, little Tim was on the ground with a gun. The whole time, police there, everybody in our entourage
got shot. Louis got shot, slutty got shot, Tracks say he got shot. B.J. say he got shot.
Why are you saying the track said
Track got hit by a ricochet bullet.
We saw him in the hospital.
Everybody in our entourage got shot.
But this guy laid on the ground
the whole time waving the firearm,
brandished the firearm, and never get shot.
The Tim was on the ground?
He was on the ground because Sluddy popped him.
Sleddy didn't put his pistol up.
Sluddy popped him.
Hmm.
And so Tim just had his gun sealed up.
On the ground waving because he's shot.
I mean, when you pull the camera up,
You're going to see it.
I mean, for anybody that really want to know indeed...
That's accurate, though.
Detail, I'm not going back over.
Go back to DJU and unsubscribe to DJU once you watch my interview.
Why unsubscribe to DJU for it?
He knew what was up.
And when you look at the video and when you watch the video, you know for a fact.
You know for a fact he knew what was up.
What do you do?
Huh?
What do you do?
What happened?
Anytime you sit up and say that this was a lot of...
Vind the biggest night in hip-hop history.
Von biggest night of his life.
You go home
and we ain't done partying.
We're gonna be out to the birds chirping.
You go home and now mysteriously something happens.
Oh, I have the old black people turn up and I'm not going to be out
with old black people in Atlanta. They're gonna turn up
and it's gonna be crazy and this is that another.
Yeah, okay.
Cindy, that you knew.
It's my opinion. I'm strongly thinking that he knows
for you to be taken up for these people and I'm
telling you something otherwise and you want to shoot me down like I'm lying you spoke damn
this dude people if dude said this what it is damn i kind of suspected that anyway i ain't even
fin the have a side in this fight because i don't know which way to go i don't know all right quick
updates here chat we obviously heard pretty crazy testimony from these FBI agents that arrested
little dirk when he was you know trying to hop onto a flight at a private airport runway in miami
Now, what was interesting is we basically heard the response, okay?
Dirk's defense kind of tried to give their best argument as to why that wasn't a big deal,
and they brought up some very interesting things that we didn't know.
They explained that Dirk was actually stopped at Miami Airport.
I think they said it was nine days.
I counted eight, but they said it was nine days before he was eventually arrested,
and he'd come back.
We later found out he came back from London.
But basically, they stopped him at Miami when he got back.
They took phones from him.
I don't know if it was one phone or multiple phones,
but they basically said that they took devices will take them all right nine days before the arrest
and they were basically trying to make this point that look dirt knew he was being watched by the
cops they took his phone he knew what was going on he wasn't really trying to trying to run away
they asked the agent had you done other checks on jerk uh before the arrest happened and they were
kind of like uh the agent was like well i didn't know if i really did it we kind of was keeping tabs
on him but i wasn't on him i wasn't on them cars the whole time but they were like so you
knew what dirk looked like they was like yeah i see pictures of him they said well you knew he had this
You see him now, he's got short hair.
You remember back then, he had kind of like the...
Zeno Inc. I think for five.
Blonde...
The blonde locks, basically, they said.
And he was like, well, look, yeah, like, what's the...
And they were basically like saying, well, look,
if he was trying to flee the country,
you don't have any evidence that you tried to change his appearance.
They said, well, I guess not.
They said, I didn't really know about his appearance,
but clearly he hadn't tried...
You didn't pop out in a sombrero and a fake mustache or anything like that.
They said that...
They searched his car.
They said, you didn't find a false passport, right?
They said, we didn't find any passport.
They said there was no fake ID. They said, didn't find no fake ID. They said,
Dirk didn't just try and drive to Mexico, right? And they said, oh, not that day. They were
kind of being a bit sassy with it too. And they said, well, not any day. They said, often people
flee to Mexico. They drive down to the border and try and get out of America that way. And he said,
yeah, sometimes Mexico, sometimes they hop on private jets at Miami's signature private airport.
They pointed out that Dirk was officially listed on the flight manifest under his true name. And they
were kind of putting out like, oh, if he was trying to run, why did he book it in his real name?
and, you know, the guy was just like, yeah, basically, yeah.
And then they made a really good point.
They said, well, no one told Dirk that he couldn't travel, right?
And they said, no.
And they said, sometimes the FBI tell people and their attorneys that, you know,
they're to be arrested or they're not to travel.
He said, look, I don't have experience with that, but it does happen sometimes, I'm sure.
And they basically said, are you aware that Dirk actually ran his trip by a lawyer before he was arrested?
Now, there was an objection to that.
It was sustained.
But that information later came on.
And I'm going to tell you more about that in the next video.
But the last thing they said, which was kind of hilarious,
basically said to the FBI agent, does anyone like to be arrested? He was like, I don't know
how to answer that, but I don't, I don't poll people like arrest and ask if they like getting
arrested. But basically said, look, most people subject to federal arrest, yeah, they don't have
a great reaction and they arrested it there. Okay, we heard from another FBI agent. We saw
pictures of Dirk's phones that were seized after that arrest and a whole bunch of Louis Vuitton
luggage, and that was it. Okay, so we obviously heard. Okay. So it is official. The prosecution
have arrested their case. The last people we saw or heard from were these two FBI agents that were
there for the arrest of Dirk. And it is now, the ball is now in Dirk's court, all right? He's hit the ground
running. He's low-key speed running. He's showed so far, I believe, three of his own witnesses.
And I don't think there's been a single question from the prosecution. They're just letting Dirk's
team do their thing. It's very, very interesting. And I'm going to break down to you exactly
what was said by each person, probably in a separate video. But the first person that they brought up,
all right and they bring it up very accomplished respected people the first person that was brought up was a woman
and it was quite weird because i see the women that got on the stand getting a little bit hassle for having a bottle of water in the courtroom before
the the courtroom guard took away her bottle of water and she was like i thought i could have a bottle of water
and then like someone came back in gave her the bottle of water back whoa whoa oh
yo chaplor ross's like accent makes him seem like 10 times more of a journalist than he is bro
I'm not saying he ain't great, but, yo, anytime you hear somebody with that British accent,
you just think that they're like a detective or like a journalist or investigator or something,
just off the accent, bro.
What, uh?
Obviously, nobody realized that she was about to take the stand.
So she got up on the stand.
She explained that he was, she was a lieutenant commander in the U.S. Navy served in leadership positions.
She's worked at the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense.
She's received awards.
She's had three Navy.
commendation re medals, good conduct letters. Sorry, good conduct letters. A whole bunch of
she had so, she was so accomplished. She was a very respected woman. So she got up there. They
showed a family picture of her and a couple other people. And she said who she was. She was
big country's sister. So big country is Dirk's security guard who obviously is no longer with us.
Rest in peace to him. And she basically broke it down that he passed away on August 6th,
2024. She said that they were so close. They would speak multiple times a day on FaceTime.
notably, and she said she helped him with his business, with his social media. She said,
she knew everything he did every day, explained his government name, said he was a gentle giant.
He was called Big Country, he was big in size, but he was caring and peaceful. He was
six foot five, 400 pounds, and he had an official security company. He was a licensed security
guard. He was licensed to carry guns, lawfully owned weapons. And when he worked with Dirk,
he was armed. Apparently he also guarded Floyd Mayweather, Jermaine Dupree and other celebrities.
And Brian Steele, I believe, oh no, it wasn't Brian Steele, sorry. It was Christie, but
asked her basically like, why the celebrities need armed security?
They basically said, well, look, sometimes fans interfere with their daily activities
and explained that he worked for Dirk from 2019 to 2021-22.
I was thinking, I wonder when in 2021 they stopped working together.
But anyway, obviously the accusation was made that he had transported the car that was used
where they attempted to kill Kondo, Rondo, and Blackshire, Georgia in 2020.
Yeah, someone could moonlight as a security and still be driving around hot cars in the trailer.
Matter of fact, a lot of these security guards, they're gangsters.
Or they're tapped in with the streets.
That's kind of the best security guards to have, unless you just have straight up cops.
If you have straight up cops, that's great.
But a lot of these guys claim they're damn near criminals based on their music.
They smoke weed when, you know, in states you can't smoke weed.
They want to have illegal guns around.
You don't want to hire cops as security if you want to do illegal shit too.
You get what I'm saying?
Like when you get to the point of being Gucci, man, where Gucci's rolling around with a off-duty cop,
that is Gucci man saying
nah I'm not going to be doing
illegal things in front of the all duty cop
a lot of these rappers they want to still be
doing their things so they get like a security guard
that's kind of tapped in the streets but still
licensed above board
but you know to me
it's not because you're a licensed security guard
means you
ain't a nigga that you know
do X Y Z in the streets
so the prosecution have rested their case
we're now on Lil Dirk's witnesses so I just told you
about the first witness that basically made it very
clear that Lil Durk had legit, private, armed security when he was traveling around. They're
trying to downplay this idea. He was running around with a bunch of guys with guns that was doing
a bunch of nonsense. They're saying he legal, he legit, his security is certified. Now, what was
very interesting, prosecution didn't ask a single question. They're like, yeah, cool, keep it moving.
So we speed running these witnesses. The second witness that, uh, Dirk's defense brought forward
was a man. I'm not going to go too hard on the names because, uh, I don't, I mean,
obviously people, I'm sure other people will tweet the names of the people, but right now,
I don't think it's important. You could go find out yourself.
But basically, this is somebody who actually helped Lil Durk set up his non-profit organization, neighborhood heroes.
He'd be doing charity in Chicago.
You know he got the key to the city and all of that stuff.
So this gentleman, he was a very highly respected person in the community.
His father was a police chief, was now the mayor of Quad Cities in Illinois,
basically said that he served in the Marine Corps.
He went to the university.
He got a bachelor's in communications, a master's in a healthcare administration.
He works very hard orchestrating healthcare initiatives across the United States.
And he said in 2023, he was given a presidential lifetime achievement award from Joe Biden.
Okay, so this guy is very, very much respected, all right?
So interestingly enough, he said, I was in Dirk's presence on the 13th to the 16th of August when he was in London.
You remember Dirk got his record cleared and then he went to London.
He was chilling out there with my Guy Young Spray from the RTM podcast and Central Sea, you know what I'm saying?
an alleged off of mine. We might have to squash that one. But obviously, they was, they was cool.
They was doing their thing out there in London. And apparently this gentleman that was working on
the Neighborhood Heroes Foundation, he basically was with Dirk when he came back to Miami. They
was stopped at customs and law enforcement took the phone. But he was not arrested. So Dirk's phone
was taken by cops. And then he basically said the day of the raid, August 24, when we saw the
FBI raid in Jason's house, apparently the three of them got on a call. Okay, Jason, Dirk and the
Oh, my bed. My bed. So, my place again. I want to get that my dad. My dad.
dates, Fred, sorry.
Prosecution have rested their case.
We're now on Lil Dirk's witnesses.
So I just told you about the first witness that basically made it very clear that
Lil Dirk had legit, private, armed security when he was traveling around.
They're trying to downplay this idea.
He was running around with a bunch of guys with guns that was doing a bunch of nonsense.
They're saying he legal, he legit, his security is certified.
Now, what was very interesting, prosecution didn't ask a single question.
They're like, yeah, cool, keep it moving.
So we speed running these.
Yeah, so the prosecution, remember, Dirt's team was.
was allowed to hide or conceal their list of witnesses.
Okay?
They were allowed to, and by the way,
I got to get Bradford Cohen on here shortly.
The reason I want to get Bradford Cohen on here is that we saw in a tour.
I know this is, I'm comparing a federal case to a state case,
but Torrey Lanes, remember when Tori,
Tori was trying to bring on a late defense witness,
which would have been the driver,
Jaquan or whatever his name is?
Basically, the government objected and said, hey, if you bring that person on, we haven't had a chance to talk to him.
We want to push for the trial to go past the holiday because we need some time.
Okay?
Here, Dirk's team was allowed to surprise the government with whatever witnesses.
Now, the government, apparently, no, apparently the court told the government like, hey, you guys could go digging and, you know, go ask potential people you think might be a witness.
ask them if they're going to be testifying for Dirk
or ask some questions.
You could do what you want to do,
but Dirk could keep his witnessless secret.
I want to know the difference between both of those cases
because it looked like Tory couldn't keep his secret.
I don't know if maybe Jaquan was a secret witness.
Who knows?
Because he showed up the last day of Trump.
But the government objected to that.
Or maybe it's because, hmm, I'm trying to think about it.
Maybe it's because once you start your defense,
you got to tell all your witnesses.
then. Maybe that's what it is. Because when Jaquan came in, I think they had submitted a list of
people that Tori was going to bring, and he wasn't on there. And yeah, interesting. Regardless, I want to get,
I want to get Bradford Cohen on here to discuss this, but we are getting to find out a few
interesting things because the government, and you can tell the government don't even think these
are consequential. Like, you bring up the sister of big country, he's a security guard, she's going
testify that he's licensed and he does professional business with Dirk.
That got nothing to do with their case.
They're like, bro, we only want to ask her a question, bro.
She could go.
Get her off the stand.
Get her off the stand.
So now there's the second witness.
Remember Dirk has six.
Witnesses.
The second witness that Dirk's defense brought forward was a man.
I'm not going to go too hard on the names because I don't, I mean, obviously people,
I'm sure other people will tweet the names of the people, but right now I don't think it's
important.
You could go find out yourself.
But basically, this is somebody who actually helped Lil Dirk.
set up his non-profit organization neighborhood heroes.
He'd be doing charity in Chicago.
You know he got the key to the city and all of that stuff.
So this gentleman, he was a very highly respected person in the community.
His father was a police chief,
and was now the mayor of Quad Cities in Illinois,
basically said that he served in the Marine Corps.
He went to the university,
he got a bachelor's in communications,
a master's in healthcare administration.
He works very hard orchestrating healthcare initiatives
across the United States.
And he said in 2023, he was giving
a presidential lifetime achievement award from Joe Biden. Okay, so this guy's very, very much
respected, all right? So interestingly enough, he said, I was in Dirk's presence on the 13th to the
16th of August when he was in London. You remember Dirk got his record cleared and then he went to
London. He was chilling out there with my Guy Young spray from the RTM podcast and Central Sea.
You know what I'm saying, alleged off of mine. We might have to squash that one, but obviously
they was, they was cool, they was doing their thing out there in London. And apparently this
that was working on the Neighborhood Heroes Foundation.
He basically was with Dirk when he came back to Miami.
They were stopped at customs and law enforcement took the phone.
But he was not arrested.
So Dirk's phone was taken by cops.
And then he basically said the day of the raid, August 24, when we saw the FBI raid in Jason's
house, apparently the three of them got on a call.
Okay.
Now, chat, a little bit, a little bit that you might not know.
And possibly, you know, obviously, Dirk was tipped off.
There's an investigation federally going on.
but I'll tell you something real quick.
At that point, they have zero warrant for DIRB.
So if you don't know, when you fly internationally,
when you get to that border before they admit you,
you're technically not a resident.
You have zero rights at the border.
And the border means at JFK, at Miami Airport,
until that customs agent, immigration admits you back,
you have zero protections that you have under the Constitution.
At that point, this is a very frequent strategy.
They did it to 6-9 as well.
A lot of times when law enforcement is inquiring into if you're up to something
and they don't really have probable cause,
you need probable cause for a warrant.
What they do is that when you come back in the country,
they team up with what's called CBP.
That's customs, border.
patrol. Those are the people who are going to be,
they work, that's customs, okay?
They will then
seize your items. They could
without a warrant. So, you know,
usually they can't walk into your house and seize shit. They can't just
stop you on the road and take your phone. They would need
a warrant because you have a Fourth Amendment
right, which is you have the right against unlawful
searches and seizures. But when you leave the country
and you return, you have zero rights until
you're admitted.
Okay?
Until you're admitted,
you have zero rights
in the United States.
Okay?
And they could take your phone
or take whatever device
they have.
Okay?
They could do anything
that normally would be
against your rights
without telling you why
and without having a judge
approve it.
So they know Dirk's out of the country.
You know?
they basically wait till he returns
when they wait till he returns
they grab his phone at the border
and they probably tell him
hey listen we'll return it to you at some point
we'll return it to you okay
now that is a legal seizure
it's a legal seizure because
when they took it from you had zero rights
um they probably kept the phone
tried to go through it this and third
uh clearly there was already an investigation
so they locked him up 10 days later.
But that was a quick way to take his phone.
By the way, 6-9 was when he was in Dubai, he has a song with the guy who he does music
was called Stuck in Dubai.
When he came back from Dubai, they took his phone.
It's a very common thing if, you know, the government thinks you're doing crime,
the way they usually get at you without getting it super formalized.
right because you got to get it in front of a magistrate judge who's going to co-sign a search warrant
and you might need a lot of things if you don't have your ducks in order including snitches
or some real probable cause because the expectation of the expectation of privacy when it comes to your home and your phone
these are intimate things it meets a certain level so they would have to go to a judge and says
we have very very strong reason to believe that dirk x y and z
could we get a warrant to to grab his phone?
Okay?
Also, the idea of catching you off guard.
You see how they went to go get Jason?
They knocked it on his door.
Come out with your hands up.
Jason over here deleting text, deleting his eye cloud,
trying to break his phone, call and smirk.
It's, you know, he gets a lot of time to do some BS.
At the border, you know, you're in their hands.
hands. You're in their facility. You can't do nothing. You're in a line or whatever.
They just, hey, could you empty your pockets? Okay, we're taking that cell phone. You have a
computer? We're taking that too. That's it. So look like what happens is Dirk,
got his shit seized when he got back in the country. And that should have let him know
there's an investigation into him. However, the investigation didn't get too
far yet. And that's why later, 10 days later, we still don't have a grand jury indictment.
Actually, we just have a complaint. You could tell they didn't have that much on Dirk.
He was always a subject because they kind of probably knew the story, but they didn't have too
much on him. They waited until, if Dirk never left the country, they couldn't take his phone,
Chad. Remember I told you that. If he never left the country, they couldn't have take his phone
on that day. Now, you might be like tomato tomato because if they don't take his phone that day,
he probably doesn't get to realize, oh shit, these motherfuckers is, they're on me.
But regardless, they wouldn't take his phone.
Jason, Dirk, and this guy that helped him set up his nonprofit.
And he basically took the rap.
He said it was him that told Dirk to lay low.
He said, stay low profile.
Wait for your attorneys to find out what's going on.
And for the sake of your kids, you should stay out the way.
He basically said that he helped an attorney get involved.
He said that he was concerned for Dirk's kids.
being exposed to the theatrics and the trauma of the feds
ambushing his home, smashing windows,
kicking in doors in front of his kids, all that stuff.
And he basically said he was the one
that actually brought up leaving the country.
And he apparently said to Dirk, I don't care where you go.
Just don't be in the house with your kids.
And a lawyer was on the call.
And he even said Dirk was actually going to turn himself in.
If he thought that he was wanted, basically denied,
Dirk knowing there was a warrant for his arrest at that point in time.
And they basically said, I didn't encourage him.
Bad idea to leave the country.
horrible idea. And to hear that a lawyer was on the phone, it tells me that if that was even a
possibility, it would have been one of those where you get out the country while everybody,
you have a team in the country, figure out what exactly you're facing. You know, not going to stop it,
but it delays the inevitable that you're going to be in cuffs and you're going to be, you know,
at some MDC. But I think that was a horrible idea.
they seized your phone because you left the country.
That's how to get,
we're able to take your phone.
So why,
when now you're getting paranoid,
you want to leave the country again?
At that point,
they're definitely not even going to let you leave.
Like,
I'm pretty sure they had him on some type of watch
that from when he came back in a country,
they took his phone,
they know he's going to get paranoid.
He's going to get all the type of,
you know, different phones.
If he books another trip outside the country,
they probably arrest him before.
Like, no, you're not leaving the country again, bro.
Now you know the investigations going on.
The next time you leave the country, you might not show up when we file charges.
You get me?
To flee.
I thought he would have turned himself in and he'd had several calls with Dirk that day.
Prosecution didn't ask any questions.
Kept it moving.
Crazy.
So the prosecution.
The prosecution seemed like they don't give a fuck.
Prosecution.
The prosecution don't give a fuck, y'all.
So it looks like the second, the first one, the first witness for Dirk is just saying, oh, Big
Country does official business.
He's not no street dude.
He works professionally with Dirk.
Dirk doesn't know about him doing any street stuff.
That's Big Country sister because Big Country passed away.
The next person is someone who works with Dirk on some, you know, some charity initiatives.
He traveled with Dirk.
And when Dirk's phone got taken at the border, essentially, they look at Dirk.
and they say, oh, Dirk, listen, Feds might be coming,
but this might also be a lot to do with nothing.
They're going to try to do a bunch of shit to embarrass you.
They want to do raids.
They're going to pop up to the house when your family's at.
You know, they're going to have cameras out there.
This might look bad for you.
Try to stay away from the fam.
Stay low.
Stay out of Dodge.
Not bad idea, but telling him to leave the country again, horrible idea.
Horrible idea, if you ask me.
Here we go.
Dirk's defense are speed running their witnesses. We're going witness after witness after witness.
We're on the third one already and we just got to lunchtime. So the third person that Lil Dirk brought
forward was basically a guy that was a talent agent, a manager. Basically he runs tours and shows
and all that kind of stuff. He basically said he's known Dirk for 13 years. He's a client and he's a
friend. He does branding. He organizes tour. His name is Jay. He said that he got married on the
20th of August 22 in Carbo. He said Dirk was invited to the wedding. He invited Dirk and his
and basically it was open to his discretion whoever he bought. He said, look, he knows what it's like
working with high level talent. You bring assistance, security management. He didn't say entourage. He didn't say
members or steppers. He was talking about professional people. He said he brought all kinds of people.
He said we accounted for that with Dirk. Dirk could have brought anyone he wanted. He said Dirk was
invited to my wedding. I wanted Dirk to come and I understood his circumstances. But Dirk didn't
make it to the wedding. Now, apparently he was out there from the 16th of August. He was hoping that
Dirk would come. Obviously, we know that he didn't come. And they basically brought up
this message that had been sent on after the wedding where basically Dirk had said,
don't book no flights in my name. And then after that,
Dirk's employee, Jason had texted him saying, hey, make sure you tell Jay, congrats on the
wedding. Now, there was a little bit of speculation before as to whether that was coded language
for something else. Well, now we know there really was a wedding. Okay, so there was a wedding.
There was a wedding. Even though I still think he's trying to conflate, don't book no flights
under my name, meaning, oh, book flights for me to go to a wedding, but book it in a way that
could stay low, right? So he's trying to use an excuse, but I don't think the excuse was exactly
what he was trying to do. We literally saw the wedding invitations from, well, for the wedding that
was scheduled on the 20th of August. But what was very, very interesting is they showed the
message where he said, where Jason had said, tell Jay, congrats on the wedding. And Brian Steele tried to
show that text talking about, don't book no flights involved with me, but the judge was like,
No, no, no, no, no, you can't do that. That was objected to. It was sustained. And the judge said,
if you want to make that argument, you've got to save that for closing. But this guy can't
comment on any, that's not for him to talk about what he thinks of that message. Now, what was
interesting, we saw the wedding invitation. They basically said, look, do you know, Dirk changed
his phone number a lot? He said, yeah, that happens all the time. Many of my high level
talent that I work with, they're all known to change their phone numbers a lot. That's normal.
Sometimes they lose a phone. Sometimes fans get hold of it. That's not that crazy. Now,
the prosecution didn't have any questions. And what was crazy is they basically let him go.
broke for lunch and then suddenly Brian Steele was like, oh, actually, I got one more question.
Let's keep him around and let's bring him back after lunch and ask some questions.
So there's going to be one more question from this guy.
The prosecution don't seem bothered at all.
Yo, chat, I'm not going to lie.
The prosecution seemed like they're pissing on Brian Steele and Drew Finland.
I mean, I will give credit.
They at first were trying to get the witness list.
They wanted to know who Smirkio was bringing up there.
But after seeing three out of the six, half of the women's,
witnesses. They don't got one question. It's like they're saying, that's it. That's all y'all got to say. Y'all ain't
doing this damn murder for hire. The prosecution got to be sitting high and mighty, feeling very
confident. They brought on the cooperators who took up the majority of the case. They had FBI agents
on FBI agents. There wasn't much discussion or retort for their experts. When they brought on
experts for GPS, Dirk's team, Dede's team, Lindsay's team wanted no parts.
They were not there to deny that the GPS, the surveillance, were fraudulent or, you know,
not accurate.
They let that go.
Only thing that Dirk's team kind of really went in on was the idea of how stuff got
paid for, who had access to pay for it, and then went in on the cooperators.
So, chat, this is a very big.
simple case. Very simple. Okay. The way how this shit going to go down, if you're sitting on
that jury, remember the jury's already saying they're bored. This is a short trial. How are they
bored already? I know Labor Day is coming up, but how are they bored already? Flat out.
It's either you believe the stories of the cooperators or you do not. You know they say
three is a crowd. What I wonder, chat, I think if it was one cooperator,
one cooperator. I think, you know, could be like that, that was a lying-ass motherfucker. Or you know what?
This person trying to save themselves. It's not one cooperator, chat. It ain't two. It's three.
It's three of them. Two are shooters. And the other one is supposedly the point guy, supposedly for Dirk.
And, you know, with all things considered, as we're getting to this end, I'm judging and I'm scoring Brian Steele and I'm
scoring Drew Finland, I'm giving both of them an A.
Brian Steele did what he did.
Brian Steele is a star.
Brian Steele is a star.
If you clap three, four niggas, just walk to Brian Steele's office and say,
take my bank account, but give me my freedom.
He's that good.
I could tell Brian Steele's a motherfucker star.
Drew Finland is the first time I've kind of watched like his style.
He's a really slick guy.
Different approach, but he knows.
how to get to the shit.
These are some of the best attorneys.
The reason why I'm giving both of them A's
is that at the end of the day,
an attorney is just a motherfucking attorney.
This case is a tough case to deal with.
You have pretty much everybody
in and around the case ready to tell on Dirk.
You can't hand two of the best attorneys
a case that look like shit
and tell him to turn into sugar.
I think they did the best they could do.
This is way tougher than a Diddy case.
In every single situation with a Diddy case, there was clear motives.
These bitches wanted to get fucked by random niggas, man.
These bitches wanted to get their rent paid, man.
Cassie had a million of chances to leave.
She came back for the Guat, man.
We've seen it.
We've seen it.
Is Diddy a great person?
Clearly not.
But we've seen that.
that did he wasn't sex trafficking he was a freaky frog that's that's the original freaky man that's
freaky man that was a good case that could be interpreted out the outset multiple ways when you
put a dog and that's a dog you put a roddy like like like like brian steel on that he chewed up
them witnesses but i got to be honest with this goddamn case they got these niggis on text message
even if it's not directly.
They got three people telling on him.
Their lack of motive.
This is a tough case.
And I think they did their best.
I'm going to score to A for both of them.
I think this K is a shitty case.
Here's the worst part.
And if you're listening as a Dirk fan,
yes, it does get worse than what I just said.
This case is the easier case to beat.
His case after this,
is a much harder case.
You know, we were talking about
in comparing this case to a 6-9's case.
And 6-9's case with 9-Trey,
at the bare bones of both cases,
they're conspiracies.
And what a conspiracy is on its, you know,
very basic element is that
a conspiracy to commit any crime.
It could be a conspiracy for robbery,
a conspiracy for fraud,
a conspiracy for murder,
just conspiracy.
Conspiracy means that there is a plan between at least two people that both people are aware,
that both people are not only aware, they're in agreement of the plan.
And then the third thing that you usually see is what is going to be called these overt acts.
The overt acts is the third requirement, and it's the requirement that you take steps to further this conspiracy.
which means if me and you say let's conspire to rob the bank and none of us even drive to the bank,
none of us do anything but just talk, that's not conspiracy.
Now if we go case out the bank, if we go get some gloves and masks, if we go get some guns,
even if we don't do it, there was a conspiracy.
So there has to be some overt acts.
So at the base level of all of this, and if you don't know,
Rico is conspiracy.
Most of these charges that they usually get people on
and the government loves it, the feds especially,
conspiracy.
Rico is racketeering, influence, corrupt organizations act
that deals with a conspiracy of a organization
that fulfills a few particular things.
There has to be some financial element
for the crime being done to further that enterprise.
So when you ask why Dirk doesn't get with O'RICO,
if you can't frame that he's killing people for revenge,
if nothing has to do with further in, let's say, OTF.
You can't say OTF is a criminal organization
if then you're going to frame it as not Dirk just wanted revenge.
That's not furthering.
That's why he doesn't have a RICO.
That's why the second case he has is called.
You can call Vicar or Vicar or whatever you call it.
And what that stands for is violent crimes in aid of racketeering.
Now, when you start with a conspiracy, remember,
conspiracy could be, remember, it's just an agreement among two people, okay,
and that you have agreed to do this crime and you have made some action to carry out,
the crime. That's what a conspiracy is. That's the backbone of
Rico, Vicar, of most things.
Okay? Now,
what racketeering is,
when you're a racket, you're going to think about a group,
and it's going to be somewhat organized.
Okay? Now, racketeering, when you think about RICO,
you think about, okay, an organization that is, you know,
probably, that's where money comes in. The reason why
Dirk is getting hit with this violent crimes in aid of racketeering
is that they do believe that Dirk, through his OTF cronies,
engage in a racket of committing organized crime.
Was it for money?
Maybe not.
And that's why he doesn't have a re-co.
But the second charge or the second trial that he has to go sit for,
That is a more
Let me not do a double posit
That's a
That's even more of a difficult
Trial
You know why?
Because they don't have to prove a lot of things
With murder for hire
Even though I know some people keep thinking
What about the money?
There's no money.
There's no there's not
It just has to be an offer
Of something of what they call
Pecunary Value
And you can Google these things
Murder for Hire
When you Google it
it's going to say the compensation, it could be money, property,
or it's going to be something of pecuniary value.
I'll look that up in a second to explain to you,
but if no one got hurt 10 years,
if someone did get hurt but not died 20 years,
if someone died, which Lilop died,
it's life imprisonment automatically.
There's no other wiggle room.
Pecuniary value.
This is very important, chat.
Because this is where everyone keeps talking about the money, the money.
So under the federal murder for hire statute 18 U.S.C.
1958, anything of pecuniary value is actually defined explicitly as anything of value in the form of money.
Okay.
A negotiable instrument, commercial interest, or anything else the primary significance of which is an economic advantage.
So it is still murder for hire if you say,
If you, yo, if you kill Quando Rondo, I'll give you a record deal.
That's murder for hire.
Yo, if you don't do this crime, you can't hang around us no more.
You can't hang with us backstage.
Not only be as simple as that, but you can't come on tour.
You can't come on tour.
And that's where this idea of, you know, valuing what was paid.
Now, in the Yellow Bezzi case, that's kind of open and shut.
I don't know if they're going to interpret it as that,
but Yellow Beezie just went to the bank and just took out the money.
Like, fuck it.
Fuck it.
Never a good idea while trying to pay your shooter
to go fill out a withdrawal slip
at a federally insured FDIC location.
Not a good idea.
Not saying he's guilty.
But if that's what happened, not a good idea.
Not a good idea.
Now, to secure a federal conviction, the government must prove a quid pro quo, meaning there is an exchange.
There is an exchange or reciprocal inducement.
Now, remember, I know you keep saying, well, none of them got paid, but the shooters are all saying we expected to get paid.
We asked for payment.
We wouldn't have done this if we weren't going to get something.
Now obviously, Dirt's response is, why would I have to pay y'all?
We all love Vaughn.
Well, the government elicited testimony from Flocka
and also Jam's saying, I ain't love Vaughn like that.
I ain't love Vaughn like that now. Hold on now.
So, remember, I know I've described a bunch of things,
but what is this Dirk trial boiling down to, right?
Number one is obviously if you believe the cooperants.
But let's take it and we could we could pull up the jury instructions.
If we really, so remember what I said conspiracy is, right?
So I said conspiracy.
I said conspiracy.
And by the way, if you guys ever opened this site and can't see the documents as refreshed too.
All right.
Conspiracy has to be at least two people.
who have agreed and plotted and somehow acted upon said criminal plot.
Even if it was successful, let me say it again because I forgot one part.
A conspiracy, no matter if it's a RICO, a Vicar, it's conspiracy of murder for hire,
a murder and a rauceteer.
Those are all conspiracies just name different things
because it's different type of conspiracies.
A conspiracy requires at least two people
for both of them to be aware of the crime being committed.
Meaning, if I'm going to go rob the bank
and I tell you to drive and you think you're driving me to McDonald's,
and I say, nah, pull in here real quick,
I run in that damn bank, rob the shit,
hop back in a car, say you even drive me away,
You're not a part of the conspiracy.
You had no idea.
Not only you had no idea, you did not plot it with me,
even though you may have taken steps technically to help that crime get carried out.
That's when they would look for, you know, an accessory charge.
And sometimes they look for accessory after the fact.
And if somehow you then know about the crime and you still,
you know the crime is already done but you're still trying to help this person then that becomes
what's called aiding and embedded okay or aiden abetting is abetting not embedded sorry so yeah going back to
what's the main question here and we're going to read these jury instructions it's not finalized yet
the question that you're going to add like because now we're we're the jury right we're the jury
we've kind of like pretty much heard everything said in court in my
opinion,
Dirk is being connected.
Remember, he's not a shooter.
He's not on the scene.
He's being connected to this conspiracy
at the top level where he funded,
he plotted,
and he gave the resources
and made the order for things to happen.
So let's go back over these things
that would constitute a conspiracy.
Do you believe that
there were two or more people in this?
I think that clear answer is yes, right?
Okay.
Do you believe that at least two or more people knew about a plot to kill Kondo?
Now, I think that question is yes too, because the cooperators basically agree that.
Now, you've got to answer each for Dirk.
Do you think Dirk knew about it?
Do you think Dirk was in agreement with it?
And do you think Dirk took steps to carry it out?
those are going to be the three questions.
And I know, you know, we have people who like Dirk, hate Dirk,
but those are the real three questions.
Somebody says,
You playing good cop and bad cop, same time.
Come on, man.
Come on, man.
So remember, a conspiracy needs the three elements.
Do we think Dirk knew about the crime?
By the way, for it to be a conspiracy,
all three has to be satisfied.
He could know about the crime.
I could know niggies is playing.
a plan to rob a bank.
As long as I don't plan the robbery with them,
help them, niggas,
I don't have any duty as a civilian
to call the cops to stop the crime
or to solve the crime.
So just one of them is not,
you're not guilty of that conspiracy.
So do you think Dirk knew about the crime?
What's your answer?
Do you think Dirk was in agreement
with these guys,
to commit the crime
and then do you believe that
Dirk help in whatever steps
you don't have to be the guy pulling the trigger
you don't got to be the guy getting the ski mask
you could maybe even say it you
whatever way
hey after the shit y'all could come lay a little at my crib
oh it could be uh
yo his
yo put some money for a hot car
put some money for a gun
whatever it is financing it
These are questions, I think, you know, has to be asked.
They have to be asked.
One of the saddest parts of this whole case, we don't know how this would have turned out.
But OTF Jam, he is an enigma.
I still think he's the most interesting person in this entire case.
The government is pretty tight-lipped on how far they got in their investigation with Dirk.
Prior to OTF Jam getting arrested in May.
2023.
They don't really give a clear picture of,
oh, we already had Dirk in the crosshairs.
Oh, now you're ready to tell.
Now we definitely got him.
From what we know, there was zero cooperators before May 2020.
OTF Jam becomes the first.
Flocka cooperates when he gets pulled in on Raiding Day,
when they raided whatever, and Flaka gets arrested on October 24th,
2024 and
Vonny starts cooperating after he gets arrested on October 24,
2024.
Why am I saying this?
After watching the government present its case,
it had some loose coincidences.
We could probably say coincidences,
but nothing that was connecting the dots,
nothing that was telling the story,
nothing that was really screaming murder for hire.
until OTF Jam
opened up the levee.
You just seen, we just watched the case.
We watched the government's case.
Their case is literally based around three cooperators
and nobody cooperated for two years.
Or at least a year, I mean, a year, a year.
Lop gets killed August, 2022.
Jam gets caught on a,
get caught on a gun with a button, a switch,
in 2023.
And when he gets surrounded,
feeling desolate, also having PTSD from doing 12 years in the gym the last time.
He claims he's thinking about his kids.
He writes a note, a handwritten note, and he says,
could we talk somewhere without the cameras?
I know about bodies.
That's how it got started, y'all.
Why do I say that?
Without OTF jam kicking it off?
because I also think if they don't have OTF jam snitching,
I don't think Vani would snitch.
Even though Vani kind of sounds like a weenie.
Vani sounds like me.
Like, we tell him just because.
We tell him just because.
We tell him just because.
But you have to realize the cops play the leverage game.
You know, they had jam already snitching.
So when they went to Vani, they said, oh, man, you ever watch those like cop movies?
They'd be like, yo, yeah, your man's in the next room.
He already started telling.
You know what, matter of fact, we'll come back because you've,
The man is telling us all the news.
Only one of y'all gets to get out here today.
And be like, no, no, no, don't go.
Hold on, hold on.
I got some shit to say.
What?
You better hurry up because he's telling it right now.
Once they got jammed, I think Vonny realized I'm not going to fuck around and be dumb and play stupid.
Let me be number two.
I barely know some of these niggins.
If I let the cops go do their rounds and get three other snitches and I'm the fifth snitch, that ain't going to help my cause.
let's be honest
they leverage the fact that they had one
and basically looked at them and like we kind of don't even need you nigga
we don't need you you're getting fried they scared him
and then they recruited him to be in a snitch
and once they got him
they went to they went to uh um flaka you know i think they scared flaka
and this goes for all you know
you know i'm not i mean to attack the streets here
But if you are in your 30s being a goofy, okay, neglecting your kids running around playing street games,
toting guns, shooting at random people, don't be surprised that now when they tell you,
hey, the amount of time you're facing, you're already 35.
You're not like some 17-year-old, 18-year-old doing dumb shit.
Yes, if you go down for this at 35, you'll never get out of jail.
I think that's what they probably told Flaka.
You ain't never going to get out of jail, nigger.
This ain't the state neither.
All them little bids you did, it ain't that.
You ain't never getting out.
Kiss freedom goodbye.
And I think that's how they got him.
But I say all that to say, this entire case seems to have popped off because OTF jam.
And I know I want to go with the excuse he's saying.
But how does the guy we say is ruthless, decorated killer, his,
his critique of the hit was why we're shooting from so far
why we don't run down on him and kill him
he's mad that he's on there with rookies
that might be one of the reasons but still he
this guy seems like a killer
he admits to shooting somebody in the head
executing them when he was 12 or like just a little boy
he admits to another body
and he gets caught with a gun and now he's like
all right let me just confess
That's odd.
That's a little bit odd to me.
That's like saying King Vaughn who allegedly kills seven people, allegedly.
He gets pulled over and charged with a DUI,
and by the time he get out of the precinct, he gave up seven bodies.
Doesn't make sense.
Doesn't make sense.
Okay?
Doesn't make sense.
What?
So anyway, I keep repeating the conspiracy thing.
That is what's going to be the thing.
Here we go.
Let me try to find and read what.
See, there's disputed instructions.
So look like the judge is going to have to decide,
but there's disputed, whatever, whatever.
Give me one second.
I want to tell you what they are.
Okay, here we go.
So this is one they do agree on.
A conspiracy may continue for a long period of time.
And it may include the performance of many transactions.
It's not necessary that all.
all members of the, sorry, conspiracy joined at the same time.
And one may become a member of a conspiracy without full knowledge of all the details.
Okay.
Now, remember, it's not against what I just said.
You don't need to know every detail.
Like, for example, you know how, you know how Bonnie's saying, oh, I didn't know that other guy.
You know how Jam is saying, oh, I didn't know that person, right?
Like, they didn't know each.
You don't need to know all the details for you.
being a conspiracy.
Okay.
Without full knowledge of all the details,
schemes or the names,
identities and locations of other members,
even though a defendant did not directly conspire
with the other defendant or other conspirators
in the overall scheme,
the defendant has in effect agreed
to participate in a conspiracy
if the government proves each of the following
beyond a reasonable doubt.
First, the defendant,
directly conspired with one or more. Did I tell you one or more conspirators to carry out at least
one of the objects of the conspiracy? Secondly, the defendant knew or had reason to know that other
conspirators were involved with those whom the defendant directly conspired with. Third, the defendant
had reasons to believe that whatever benefits the defendants might get from the conspiracy were
probably dependent on the success of the entire venture.
It is not a defense.
It's not a defense that a person's participation in a conspiracy was minor or for a short
period of time.
Okay?
So this is a big thing right here.
Oh, nah, I only did this.
This is why, and by the way, this is why everybody's looking at duty low.
Nah, I only dropped the low.
That's it.
That's it.
I only dropped the low.
I ain't do nothing else.
I wasn't there.
I only dropped a low.
Wait.
Did you read what this says?
Even if it was minor.
Okay.
All right.
These are, you know, just regular, don't let nobody, don't tell your family about it.
Don't look at the media.
You know they're definitely going to do that.
So whether or now you took notes, you should rely on your memory.
Verdict form has been prepared for you.
Chat, I'm going to post the verdict form when we do get it.
Deliberation, talk to the judge.
Okay.
So there is an instruction about conspiracy.
Okay, okay, okay.
Here's one about interstate commerce,
and they agreed on this.
A defendant, because I don't know,
the murder for hire,
this is how it's phrased,
conspiracy to commit,
no,
conspiracy to commit murder with,
uh,
I got the thing right here.
Well,
I'm over here guessing.
Am I over here guessing, gang?
I'm over here guessing.
We're just going to go to,
actually, let's go to the fourth superseding.
Fourth?
Where is the fourth superseding?
Notice fourth indictment.
Notice for fourth indictment.
Where's the fourth superseding?
No, no, no, here we go.
Notice for a fourth indictment.
And we just want to put the fourth indictment.
My bad shot.
Complaint. Here we go. Sorry. Fourth superseded that. Okay. So here are the charges.
Murder in aid of racketeering. Okay. Then we have conspiracy to commit stalking.
Okay. There's A and B. stalking that results in injury and stalking that results in injury and stalking that results.
in murder.
They split those two charges up.
One for Saviya Robinson because he died.
When you stalk somebody and they die, big difference.
I keep telling you, the death here is the thing.
Stalking using a dangerous weapon or stalking resulting in death.
Okay.
Conspiracy and use of interstate facilities to commit murder for hire resulting in death.
So that's for Survivor Robinson.
Possess, use, carry, and discharge firearms and machine guns in furtherance of and Duren in relation to a crime of violence.
And then they have a criminal forfeiture statute.
Okay.
So the two big ones is murder and aid of racketeerent.
That's automatic life.
And conspiracy and use of interstate facilities to communicate.
murder for hire resulting in death.
Okay?
And stalking resulting in death.
The stalking charge resulted in death.
I don't think it's mandatory life.
Stalking resulting in death federal charge.
Yeah, I don't think that's a...
Oh, by the way, Luis E. Manjeon played guilty to that too, huh?
Yeah.
He played guilty today.
Sentencing guidelines.
Yes, so the statutory maximum is going to be life in prison,
but there's an advisory of typically saying 24 to 30 years.
Okay.
So let me be frank with y'all.
Let me be frank with y'all, okay?
Officer Demix is on the scene.
If we look at these charges, if you say, you know what, man,
Dirk going to beat everyone.
alum dula whatever to you, nigga.
Well, okay.
All right.
Alu Akbar to you, my nigga.
Okay.
The path to a, I still consider this a win.
Is he needs to beat murder in aid of racketeering.
Okay?
And he got to beat conspiracy and use of interstate facilities to commit murder for hire.
Those two convictions, there's no wiggle room.
Life.
None.
Life.
Okay?
Use and carry and discharge of firearms and furtherance of a crime of violence.
I think that's like a 20-year charge, honestly.
I think that's a 20-year charge.
But I know it's going to sound crazy.
I know we want Dirk to have a clean sweep.
But I'm going to be honest with you.
If he gets 20, that's a dub.
15 to 20, that's a dub.
They have charging with things that give no wiggle room for him to come home.
Okay?
Use, carry discharge of a weapon, crime of violence.
Okay, this is the federal penalties.
Yes, discharging here.
Okay, a machine gun, 30 years minimum.
Okay?
By the way, so technically that'll be a 30-year thing.
Honestly, the sentencing judge might just use a 10-year minimum.
I'm not too sure if they're going to be, okay, there was a switch use.
It's a 30-year minimum.
Okay?
So technically, off of these rules, because there was a switch use, should be 30 years.
But let's keep it at 10 for now.
Keep in mind, all these charges we assume will run concurrently.
Remember murder in aid of racketeering
Murder in aid of racketeering
The sentence there, there's no wiggle room chat
It carries either death or life
Okay
Death of life
Can't go anything below that
Okay
So if Dirk is found guilty
Of murder in aid of racketeering
For Savire Robinson
Stick a fork in it
He's done.
So that carries mandatory life.
So he has to beat the top charge.
The top charge, he has to beat.
We looked at conspiracy to commit stalking.
That could be like a 10 piece, 10, 15, right?
stalking using a dangerous weapon resulting in death.
Now, this is also a stalking using a dangerous weapon resulting in death.
that doesn't have a minimum of life.
It has a max of life.
Wait the fuck.
Wait, hold on.
Is it auto life?
It might be auto life.
Imprisonment for life for any term of years.
Let me see.
Is it auto life?
It might be auto life.
Let me pull up the statute 18 USC.
Here we go.
This will codifies interstate domestic violence.
Okay.
So we're looking for.
2261 212.21.
2260. Okay, this is 2261, right?
Okay.
For life or any term of years.
For not more than 20 years.
Okay.
Okay, so this means up to life.
This is a max of 20 if no one died.
And this is the max of 10 if you were just talking with a weapon.
Okay.
So this has no minimum.
So he's facing life, but no minimum.
Chat, I guess I'm saying it in the long way.
Pause.
If Dirk doesn't beat the first count, life in prison.
The second count, stalking.
Conspiracy to commit stalking.
I think, by the way, I think there's also two of them.
There's two charges.
They split it for Kwondo and what's his name?
There's no minimum.
So he could get up to life.
The first one is minimum life.
second one up to life okay
then once we get
conspiracy to use interstate facilities to commit murder for hire
because of I had died
minimum life so there's two charges for sure
if he gets found guilty on he never come back
possessed carrying discharge and furtherance of whatever
whatever I don't think this is minimum
I think this is up to life but not
guaranteed life so essentially he's facing life
imprisonment on about like four charges, but two of them carry automatic life.
There is no wiggle room.
We don't got to go to sentencing.
We don't got to be like, man, what the judge is going to give him life?
That's just what it is.
Okay.
Let's see what everybody else is saying outside that courthouse.
Chat, have we disconnected, like in the last hour or so?
I want to make sure we've been good.
Have we disconnected?
Somebody said this shit fits me.
You think?
Who y'all think looked better in this?
Who y'all think looked better, Chad?
Yo.
What was the movie that T.I.
played a policeman in?
It was Chris Brown.
Chris Brown movie.
What's the name of that Chris Brown movie?
I think is no.
Takers.
T.I.
Policeman Takers.
Who?
Chat, who, who look more spiffy?
Who look more spiffy, chat?
Who look more spiffy?
Who look more spiffy, y'all?
Anyway, shout to Tia, man.
Love the good work you've been doing.
All right, let's see what's this.
The fairs arrested their case against the dirt.
They are arguing about letting in some other evidence.
Obviously, the jail calls.
So remember when we found out that the freaking judge,
if you go to my channel, you can see this shit.
The judge basically was saying, I'm letting this shit in.
And I guess there's an argument.
We had about a good 40 minutes of going back and forth,
back and forth, back and forth,
bickering, bickering, bickering, bickering, bickering,
because we don't know what this is going on.
So legal mumbo-jumbo about emotions, about evidence, about all of these things,
and about letting certain people testify and all this shit.
And I'm going to be honest with y'all, man.
The Fairs did not leave with a damn boom at all.
It looks like they're trying to gear up towards the, basically the last day, Tuesday.
The final statements, the final countdown.
This is where everything comes down to it all, meaning this is where we find out.
how this shit is going to go.
I have certain comments I want to make about certain lawyers,
but I'm just going to be honest.
I don't want to make these comments.
There are nothing negative.
Like, they're all good comments,
but there's just this thing that everybody seems like everybody's waiting for
from Dirk's team to just basically destroy a lot of the quote-unquote evidence perception,
not actual real evidence, but the perception of evidence.
And they actually do some of that,
and then they kind of don't land some of that.
All right, man.
So the fairs are arrested their case against the little.
They are arguing about letting in some other evidence.
Obviously, the jail calls.
So remember when we found out that the freaking judge, if you go to my channel, you can see this shit.
The judge basically was saying, I'm letting this shit in.
And I guess there's an argument.
We had about a good 40 minutes of going back and forth, back and forth, back and forth,
bickering, bickering.
Okay.
All right.
We got tell it here.
We're at day 11 of Lilderick's trial where the defense thinks they might rest today.
More likely, it'll be tomorrow.
Before the defense began calling witnesses, they did have one more witness from the prosecution who testified, actually two more, who testified to the day Dirk allegedly fled.
So they testified to seeing Dirk, seeing a manifest for Dirk at this Miami International Airport from Miami to Dubai.
And the agent testified that he went to the airport and he waited around and he kind of after a couple hours realized Dirk.
is not showing up to this flight. He then said there was a new manifest from a private airport,
and that was Miami Signature Airport. And he said he drove there. He noticed a black SUV vehicle
and two men standing outside that he couldn't identify, but he did get the license plate read. And he
said, as he was reading that license plate, one of the people who was standing outside clocked him,
noticed him, the two individuals disappeared, and the SUV took off. So he describes what he said
was leading up to being a pursuit, but this only took place like within a mile, like less than a mile.
He said it was approximately five minutes. The SUV was not speeding. He was pursuing it.
He said it was driving a little errat. He said he didn't want to say erratically, but it was
driving abnormally. It was switching lanes and then it made a U-turn that kind of cut off traffic
into a hotel parking lot. This is where the agent ultimately,
told the people in this black SUV to get out of the car. One person with Dirk did get out of the car,
positioned himself in between the FBI agent, and the black SUV then took off again,
not speeding erratically, but driving down the road essentially to exit. And this is when
the FBI agent said his support came. Another agent blocked the vehicle out from the front.
this special agent blocked him from the back.
And this is when Dirk was ultimately arrested.
This was on October 24th, 2024.
And he said that when he put Dirk in handcuffs, he asked Dirk his name and Dirk said,
you know my name.
And then he tried to testify that Dirk said some things after this.
And that's when it was objected by the defense that that was on the Fifth Amendment right.
And that that should not be allowed to be said.
And so we didn't catch quite what Dirk said afterwards, and that will not be revealed in court.
On cross-examination, Dirk Bank's attorney O'Connor, Christy O'Connor,
questioned the witness on the stand.
And she was fiery in this cross.
And the FBI agent who was testifying, he was not quite answering questions, not every question.
He was kind of giving roundabout answers at times.
he, O'Connor asked him if Dirk ever changed his signature look, if he ever tried to hide.
And the agent kept saying, well, I didn't know what his signature look was.
And O'Connor was like, did he try to change his look from the picture you saw?
And he ultimately said, no.
She then was asking him about, about Dirk's flight.
She was asking, she said, for the facts.
And the FBI agent kept insinuating when he fled, when he was trying to flee.
And she said, I'm not asking you for your opinion.
or for Dirk's state of mind, I'm asking for the facts, okay?
She said, is that okay with you, special agent?
And the agent answered, I believe I answered with the facts.
Yeah, that agent was really snappy.
I don't know why.
And then she asked about this nine days that the FBI was allegedly surveilling Dirk.
Dirk was initially detained on October 16th when arriving from a London flight in Miami, Florida.
And his phones were seized, and she said that there was this surveillance, correct,
in these nine days in between October 24th.
And he said correct, but he kept saying, I don't know.
I don't know what the report says unless it's in front of me.
I wasn't very involved.
And she was getting a little frustrated that he wasn't answering this question.
And she asked the question, does the FBI do a good job of surveilling people?
that they want to arrest. And the agent said, I hope so. And she was like, me too. And at this point,
Dirk is smiling and he's nodding and he's kind of like, it was a very, he looked excited about the way
this cross was going. And the questions O'Connor was asking. O'Connor then asked the agent,
does anyone like to be arrested, which you could see everyone in the gallery was like, no, no one
likes to be arrested. But she kept asking him, does anyone like to be arrested? He wasn't answering the
question. Finally, he said, I don't know, but the easy answer is no. I haven't pulled everyone
I've arrested. So that is when the defense had no further questions. We'd next get the second
FBI agent that was on the scene when Dirk was arrested this October 24th date. And he,
all we got from him was that he searched the car and he found luggage and his luggage. You see
Louis Vuitton bags in the back. That is where the prosecution rested. And we had a little bit of time
as the defense was gathering their witnesses, the first person that the defense called was
Big Country's sister. And we'd heard about Big Country. This is who Kavon Grant or Bonnie testified
was driving the trailer that was in the, that had the stolen car in it for the original Georgia
hit on Cuando Rondo that did not hit Cuando Rondo. So, and Grant said in his testimony that
Big Country didn't know anything about what was going on. He was just doing his job, he was driving.
And the only questions asked of big country sister, who she said she was very close to her brother.
She, they were best friends.
They were more than that.
They were business partners.
They spoke every day.
She described him as a gentle giant, big in size, big in strength.
But she said he was very caring and he was very gentle.
And this is when the defense asked if it's normal, if it's normal for Dirk security to have the arm.
And she said, yes.
And is it normal for Dirk?
to be driven around by his security guard.
And she said, yes, he was driven around.
They worked for Dirk for essentially from 2019 to maybe 2021 or 2022,
but they were just establishing it's normal for Dirk banks to need security,
to have security, to have armed people around him,
and to be driven around.
Then we get to the second witness, and this is Kevin Freeman.
He walks in, he nods to the judge, he nods to the jury,
he nods to the council, very well dressed in this.
like plaid suit jacket and his glasses. He's immediately a very likable guy and he goes and he takes
the stand and he's asked how old he is by Brian Steele and he says 52 years young and he says that very
very cajolingly and the jury laughed a bit. He talks about how he's raised in Illinois by his mom
and his dad. His dad was a police officer before he later became the mayor of his town in Illinois.
and every time he's speaking, he speaks directly to the jury.
So this witness, Freeman, he testified that he works in health care and he works for a lot of nonprofits.
He said he spent eight and a half years supporting Dirk and his with his nonprofit, neighborhood heroes.
And he testified that the October 16th date when Dirk was first detained, not arrested, detained, he had his cell phone seized.
They were returning from a trip to London.
They were at an NFL game for the neighborhood heroes nonprofit.
He said that Dirk was stopped.
His cell phones were taken.
He was not arrested.
And they had no idea.
There was no warrant at his arrest for his arrest at that point to their knowledge.
He then testified that Dirk was still in Florida on October 24th, 2024.
That's the date of this arrest.
He said that he was on the phone throughout the day.
And we see phone records.
No, he had to had gone to Chicago because he had the concert,
to the 20th. He had his cell phone seized. They were returning from a trip to London. They were at an NFL
game for the neighborhood heroes nonprofit. He said that Dirk was stopped. His cell phones were
taken. He was not arrested. And they had no idea. There was no warrant at his arrest at that,
for his arrest at that point to their knowledge. He then testified that Dirk was still in Florida on
October 24th, 24. That's the date of this arrest. He said that he was on the phone throughout the day
and we see phone records.
They've been on the phone a few times with a couple other people, Jason Smith and an attorney.
And he said he was speaking to Dirk.
He was only allowed to testify what he said on the phone call.
But he said, I am the one that told Dirk to lay low.
He said that he was very concerned because Dirk had family and a wife and kids in this house.
And he said he that he knew that these raids that were happening.
Jason Smith had a likely told them on this phone call about the raid at his house
where we see the tactical gear.
him come out with his young daughter. So he had said that there was a big concern for Dirk's kids,
that the door would get broken down. These kids would be traumatized from this raid. And so he said
he advised Dirk to lay low, stay away from the kids for the time being until they gauge the
situation until things calmed down until we know what's going on. He said there was no knowledge
for a warrant at that time, but he said that he advised Dirk, if there is a warrant, then you'll
turn yourself in. He was not allowed to testify to Dirk's response, but that is what he
advised Dirk to do.
Then we went to the talent agent of Dirk, and this guy has been Dirk's talent agent for 13 years.
His name's Jeremy Marcono, and he goes by Jay.
That's a big point, the defense set up.
His name's Jay.
We had previously heard about these text messages about Jay's wedding.
So he said he's been good friends and the talent agent for Dirk for approximately 13 years,
and he said he got married with his wedding.
wife in Cabo on August 20th, 2022. So one day after Savaya Robinson's murder. Then we see this text
we'd seen in court a lot, which is from, I believe, Jason Smith to Dirk on October, or sorry,
August 19th, 2022, where it says tell Jay congrats on the wedding. Then the following text is
Dirk's text that says, don't book no flights under names involved with me. So this has been
text message that is the prosecution's proof that he was involved in these coordinating the flights
from coordinating flights from uh sorry coordinating flights from Chicago all the way to San Diego.
And this is the time and sorry, that was on August 18th. These were these flights being booked
for Casey Huster of OTFM, Flocka, Diannre Wilson, D.D. These flights were all being booked and he had sent to Jason
Smith don't book no flights under names involved with me and the prosecution is
assinuating that shows he knows the flights are being booked and he didn't want to be able to be
connected to them pending them getting caught but the defense is seemingly pointing out
that he told his agent Jay that he couldn't come to the wedding on August 18th or
August 19th and then Jason Smith says tell Jay congrats on the wedding and Dirk says
don't book any flights.
That is what they're insinuating this text is in reference to.
But the word-for-word text that Dirk said was,
don't book no flights under names involved with me.
So we have one more question for the agent from Brian Steele.
He was about to leave.
He said he had no further questions,
but then Brian Steele came back on the stand and said,
can we get him back after lunch for one more question?
So we'll see what that question is.
But yeah, we're rolling through these witnesses pretty quickly,
and there hasn't been across so far for the defense's witnesses.
and I will keep you updated that later this evening.
I'm wondering if Didi,
I want if Didi and Browney's lawyers will have witnesses of their own.
The feds, the government, they just rest of their case.
We move in.
We're moving faster now.
We get somewhere now.
The fans have finally stopped telling the same story 30 times.
That's what I'm about to say.
They brought up two more agents today to just tell us about.
that they had already said.
But they basically had them just go over the rest of a little dirt.
When they found, when they caught them up in Florida,
I guess he was about to get all our flight trying to go Dubai.
He was trying to go to a whole new country.
But they called them.
And then after that, they just showed like all the stuff they caught them with.
They showed the inside of the vehicle.
He had four phones, two that was like outside.
And then they had the other two that was in a package.
I don't know if it was in a package by him or by the feds that did that.
But they put it up there inside a package, two cell phones.
And he had like one suitcase, another little duffel bag.
He was traveling light.
So he would just look like he was just moving, you know, go do something real quick.
But they brought them up.
They brought those two federal agents up.
They had Christy O'Connor today.
The defense had Christy O'Connor today going back and forth with the people.
And I, she, she another one too, man.
Chris O'Connell know how to handle her business.
She was, she was crossing these federal agents.
just make it seem like they didn't do thorough investigation work as well as Marissa Goldberg did yesterday.
But it's very interesting right now because the defense is about to take their turn and tell a case.
So we're about to see what's going to happen with this one.
I'm going to keep y'all updated.
All right.
So we're expecting after lunch for this case to kind of like pretty much it should wrap today.
there's three more witnesses
not too sure if Lindsay and Dede's going to have anything to add
but at that point they should be talking about doing
closing arguments
closing arguments jury instructions and then
we're off to the damn races y'all
we're off to the damn races
okay
just let me know if there's another update that comes in
I think we got all of them in
by the way I see you guys um
Oh, what? Oh, shit.
We didn't read that.
Oh, shit. Okay, okay.
So Kevin Freeman's the third one.
He said he worked with Dirk,
starting Dirk's nonprofit neighborhood heroes.
He said, are you adept to him?
No.
Kevin Freeman says little Dirk and himself were coming back
from a trip from London when Dirk phones were seized on October 16th.
He said, well, who's Jason Smith?
So that's management for Dirk Banks.
Kevin Freeman says he told Dirk to lay low.
Freeman says when the feds come,
they usually come busting out windows and kicking indoors.
I got an attorney involved.
I didn't want his children to be traumatized.
The feds come to ambush.
And Judge Fitzgerald struck the word ambush.
Kevin Freeman said he told Dirk to turn himself in if there was a warrant
and say, is Freeman allowed to stay in the courtroom, Your Honor?
Judge Fitzgerald is saying he's not allowed to testify again.
So I don't understand.
So he's still in the courtroom.
OTF Jam's ex-girlfriend.
Oh shit.
OTF Jam's ex-girlfriend
Brianna Dangerfield
testifies. She says she was in a relationship with
OTF Jam when he was in prison. She said she put
him out in April 2022.
She says, I put him out. I told him he can't think my house
was a revolving door. Steele says,
what did Jam tell you about Mr. Banks when he first
got released? She says,
he told me that niggas a bitch. He's a
whole-ass nigger. And Steele said, why would he say that?
She says, he said Dirk use his name in songs so Dirk was indebted to him.
She says Jamm was upset that Dirk did not give him money.
Now, this is an interesting strategy by Brian Steele.
Remember, you want to say Dirk did not do a murder for hire.
You're really walking a fine line by having Jams ex-girlfriend corroborate that
Jam was mad at Dirk over money.
Now, of course, I'm pretty sure still being an amazing attorney,
he's going to save this by saying,
yeah, Jam was mad over not getting money from Dirk,
but he's just a greedy individual.
He wanted more money as being one of the guys, not for a murder, right?
Because the prosecutor might jump in on this one.
You know why?
If I'm the prosecutor, I would be like, hey,
So after Jam gets out in 2022,
he gets out in February,
and Dirk gives him 50, $50,000,
he still told you that Dirt didn't give him money?
What would that money that he was mad at Dirk
for not giving him be about?
What do you think?
And I would have ended cross right there.
I think that would be a dope play for the government.
Okay, not trying to, they're not listening to me.
But, you know, I would have got her to admit.
So you say Dirk,
he was talking shit about his pillow talking about dirt
but he was mad about money
did you ever hear that that dirt gave him 50,000
well if dirt gave him money in the past
why would he be mad of dirt about more money
maybe he had an expectation
of getting money maybe for
something he did
and if unless she says no
if she says I don't know I'd have been like
no more questions your honor and just walk off
you feel what I'm saying
Anyways, Mr. Steele says, what else did he say about Banks?
Jim says Dirk was a goofy.
Dirk just hopped off the porch.
He wouldn't follow what he says.
Now, that's going to help Dirk.
You know why it's going to help Dirk?
Because if you have the ex-girlfriend of this guy who is a killer,
basically saying, Dirk is a goofy and I don't take orders or I can't follow a goofy,
Well, it sounds like you can't be involved in a plan
or you would be unwilling to be involved in a plan
that Dirk might concoct if he was really the leader
of the murder for hire.
Okay?
And said, did he talk about being a rapper?
Dangerfield says, yes, he talked about being a rapper
often after he got out of prison.
So that's where Steel is trying to save it.
Like, why would he want money?
Oh, he's trying to be into rap.
He's trying to be into rap.
Hmm, interesting.
interesting chat
I don't know
but I know about that one
but actually they knew no about it
they just don't care about it
do I mean this is what this is
so I think I want my son
locked up over some other people locked up
when you can give them Vaughn murder
and you can come home tomorrow
it's easy right
right that text message
did get leaked all over the internet
you don't want to the whole one
the whole one didn't
did the police ever hit him up
about it that's what I want to know nobody put the whole one out is more no one put the
whole one out you will have the whole text message no one put the whole one out
they all have it maybe after you drop it they'll drop it maybe they'll see monkey see
monkey do they all have the whole complete text message why do you think they didn't
drop it I can't speak on that I don't know that that part probably the main part
the part about telling and coming home right a lot of people
watching is probably thinking like okay did dirt kill von right that's like a big thing but
you got people around dirt still that don't think that because they still around them
how you know what they think how you know what they know they're still around them who around who
around who around them is a part of there's a part of varn's entourage nobody there's only person
there was around Bonnie there was a part of varned
entourage was Muwop.
Mouwop, the only one that got a lawyer.
Hmm.
Right.
Hmm.
He's the only one got a lawyer.
But I love Mouap.
You know, it's what it is.
You know, I love him.
You know what I mean?
It's just what it is.
But he's the only one that needs a lawyer.
Why are you only one that need a lawyer?
Let me explain something to you.
If it's ten of us on the case together,
none of us are telling,
all we need is one pay to the lawyer.
This one paid attorney, everybody can piggyback.
These public defenders can piggyback off this paid attorney because no one is telling.
Now when you got somebody, that's actually true.
These 10 people telling, now we're going to have problems.
So we only need one lead head attorney who's being paid.
Now these other pro bonos, which are real attorneys, that's it.
We don't need nothing else because ain't nobody telling them.
Once somebody started telling, now we got problems.
We got different lawyers.
Come on, now we got problems.
You don't need, that's all you need is one lawyer.
What you need a lawyer for?
It ain't nobody telling.
Right. A lot of people's telling on dirt.
I'm talking about for Muwapnam.
He was the only one that had a lawyer.
I'm talking about for Wapkner.
Nobody told on their case.
Right.
Nobody's telling them on Dirt case, but everybody.
That's what it is, but you're going to see how Brian Steele
and Inspector Gadget, what's his name, Drew Finland.
You're going to see how they shine like a new diamond after this case.
You're going to see what?
where they go.
I mean, as I said, I'm not from Atlanta.
As I said, Savannah is two hours away from Georgia.
Everybody corrected me, said it's five hours away from Georgia.
I don't know, but you get the point.
Someone is on house arrest.
This shot Vaughn, didn't kill him, shot him in Savannah, Georgia,
y'all from Atlanta or y'all from Chicago.
You get to Atlanta 10 hours from Chicago, nine hours in Chicago,
Drive another five hours to Savannah.
If you're on house arrest, what that mean?
You leave out a certain time, you come in at a certain time.
Is it easy for you to get rid of somebody in a Savannah or Atlanta or Savannah or Los Angeles?
Right.
What's the easiest place?
Right.
What's the easiest place?
It's easy.
Right.
So, but y'all, and then y'all don't even get the person who has something to do with.
Like I said, Lil Pap, he got sacrificed.
This is a fact.
Oh, whoa, whoa, whoa.
He got sacrificed, man.
Sacrifice by who?
Cuaduanan was crying like hell when he did.
died was hurt.
And dude allegedly made the song before the shooting even happened.
So he already knew.
Everything is already premeditated.
Everything happens is premeditated.
So when they bring the lyrics up, oh, this guy has somebody hollering, but this guy made
the song months before the shooting.
He was hollering the same way.
This month before the shooting, so everything is pre-made.
So if Kwondo on them was on, I said, hey, when dude gets killed, maybe he, he's a
Make sure you hollered because I'm going to put these in my bars.
But they was putting each other in videos.
They put each other faces in videos.
Hey, this guy bought out all his concert tickets.
Dude, had a show in Georgia.
Dude bought out all the concert tickets.
Does that sound like you're trying to get somebody?
Or you're going to put five of your baddest brawes in the club, in the concert, front row,
got their tracking device on them, whatever the case may be.
And this is what this is.
Not you, oh, I bought out his whole show.
But I'm trying to get them, and I let them know I bought his whole shoe.
Why would you do that if you're trying to get them?
You put five bad bras there.
This is what it is.
And he just flipped up his pockets.
Who?
And he just fit up his pockets buying all the show out.
Come on.
If that's what happened.
Come on, man.
That's cap, man.
This is cap.
This is fake, man.
So he's saying all this is propaganda.
It's a mirage.
It's a mirage.
To cover up what?
To make you bigger than life.
Because guess what?
There's rumors out here that he has something to do with Vaughan.
you got a snitch 6-9
telling him
don't slide
you ain't slide
for Vaughn
you tough this
that other
but he's a part
of the same
industry
he's telling you
don't slide for Von
so you get offended
when a snitch
tell you
you ain't slide
for Von
and now you're going
go slide for Von
and then you tell
somebody
don't put nothing
in my name
and you do this
through text message
as opposed to
people that street
they use FaceTime
and FaceTime
audio
so how could they possibly
have these text messages
and now they got
phones
that they didn't find
what you saying to
Kwondo, the only way
we're gonna squash this niggas
with a switch.
You knew they was coming
to get these phones.
You knew this.
All the evidence is planted.
Guess what?
Ain't no way.
You just threw away your career,
threw away your life.
You fight the life bit
and you had something to do with Vaughn.
You're going to be bigger than life.
It's going to be bigger than Michael Jackson
when he comes from under this.
You're saying this is going to make them huge.
Why wouldn't it?
Vines death made him huge.
When he did the feature with Drake.
Von wasn't there yet, Von said, I don't know.
What the fuck?
My man, Gino said, yo, bro, nurse, he's escaped again.
You think this guy's full of shit?
What's got going on?
Like, don't nobody get no feature with Drake.
I don't know what's happening.
That's what he said.
Folks got going on.
What?
Folks said when he got the Drake feature, folks fucked up, then he got it.
Yeah, like, what the fuck is going on?
It's Vaughn, like, he didn't know how he got that thing.
Yeah, like, how this happening?
What's it going to?
You know, like, whoa, something going on here.
You know what I mean?
But like he said, no cap.
It's rap.
Right.
Something happened to me came from the inside.
And like I said, great Nike tech jogging suit, OTF chain on the rat.
How are we going to put a 607 unk chain on the rat?
Unless we're trying to say 607 unc a rat.
That's common sense.
607 unct turned itself in with a great Nike tech suit on.
I put a great Nike tech suit on my rat and put a 607 unk chain on my rat.
But now it ain't him.
Conspiracy, yeah?
Yeah.
Okay.
King Trayvon, thank you.
He said we got to stop paying attention to crazy people.
You think that guy's crazy?
Okay, we got some new tweets here.
It said, not going to lie,
the prosecution just cooked Dirk Star Witness.
They had Jams' ex-girlfriend on the stand
saying he thought Dirk owed everything to him for rapping
and said,
Jam planned to be a rapper when he got out.
But the government clapped back and asked if she's ever been arrested.
Sorry, she said no.
They said, so you were never arrested for forgery.
She said no.
Then they said, you were never arrested for a theft-related crime.
She said, I was arrested, but nothing to do with me.
Then they said, I thought you said, you never got arrested.
She said, I never got convicted.
They arrested their case.
Ended the witness.
Chat, the government's seen this.
Yo, these are not, a lot of times with these prosecutors,
usually the best lawyers end up become defense attorneys.
These prosecutors are pretty sharp.
You know how they knew.
You see they have the info already.
Like, oh, we know you, we know your arrest history.
You know how they know it.
They knew it because when Brian Steele was crossing Jam, right?
Brian Steele was crossing Jam.
Brian Steele says to Jam, so Jam, you never told,
you never told you a girlfriend at the time that Dirk owed his career to you,
that you didn't respect Dirk, that he couldn't tell you nothing to do,
that was when the prosecution realized, oh shit,
Brian Steele and Dirk's team is talking to Jam's bitch
or his ex-chick, right?
You know what they did?
Let's go find out who the ex-chick is
and find out some info on her
in case she's one of the witnesses for Jam.
And clearly they knew it because you know what they said?
They came to her with clearly her criminal history
and she lied about it.
She said she was never arrested.
Then she acted like she just made a mistake in terms of not being, not confusing a conviction for an arrest.
And then they ended there.
They walked away.
Long testimony from Dirk from an SVP at Alamo Records that helped him with his career.
The defense said, defense had him say a bunch about how he knew artists and said third, how he know violent cells and it's two sides of dirt.
Dada, da, da, da, I ain't going to lie.
These type of testimonies, chat?
These are character testimonies.
I think you should save for sentencing.
Yeah, I don't think, okay.
I think this is a character testimony.
Guy from Dirk's labor revealed after King Vons died,
Dirk canceled his album rollout.
They activated all social and cut everyone off.
He was forced to hop back online after his album leaked
and he had to get back on the rollout before he was done grieving.
SVP at Alamo said Dirk's team put out fake news to promote his music.
They said when a viral clip of him playing basketball took,
off they planted a fake story that he'd been offered a contract with the Bulls.
The defense kind of fumbled the Red Man music video testimony.
The SVP at Dirk's label said Alamo's policy was that he couldn't drop music videos with guns
and violence and they refused to let him drop Redman because it showed him shooting someone.
The government crosses this one too.
Government clapped back forcing the witness to admit they knew Kondo was involved in Vonn's death
and Red Man depicted Cuando being tracked and murdered and Cuando really got shot.
Oh, man, this is going left.
Oh, no.
Oh, man.
Oh, man.
The government is sharp.
The government is sharp.
Brian Steele caught him early a couple times.
He caught him early with jam.
He caught him early with jam.
Brian still surprised.
I think they learned from that moment,
and they're getting their lick back now.
Wow.
It's not the defense that messed that up.
They put up an executive from Alamo.
Bro, of course, he's going to get, like,
he's going to get demolished by, you know,
it's clear that the prosecutors are no rookies.
The prosecutors are no rookies.
The prosecutors,
they put up the SVP,
senior vice president at Alamo,
to kind of say,
hey, you might hear about
on the release songs or whatever,
but Dirk's an artist
and, you know, songs that didn't come out,
we were part of that not coming out.
We, you know, obviously it's artistic expression,
but we didn't like depicting violence.
And the government did a nice pivot.
They focused on the Red Man video and said,
okay, but is that only because of your policy
that video didn't come out?
And they probably were trying to cap,
like, yeah, yeah, it's only our policy.
Okay.
Did you guys have a real thing?
review the video? Yeah. Okay. Are you familiar with what happened to Daveon Bennett? King
Vaughn. Are you familiar with Cuando Rondo? Did you hear that Quando Rondo may have been in an altercation with him when he died?
The video Redmond, is there any striking similarity to Quando Rondo and the character in that video? Cooked him.
Cooked him. Cooked him. Diam. Here we go.
Oh shit.
And don't come in these fed's face.
Lying and no shit like that.
So you had Jim's girlfriend, his jailhouse girlfriend.
Not like a dude or nothing like that.
But when he was in jail, he had a girl, right?
And she come on here.
And she's all right.
She's cool.
She got a nice job work with you.
Shout out to that.
But,
boy, when they say, don't play in the face.
So the question that gets asked about certain people is,
have you ever been arrested?
But hold on to that because
Bryant still gets her to reveal
the shit that she said before
and she basically said, Jam said that
your bitch ass nigga. Jam said that
Dirk is a goofy. Jam said
that Little Dirk owed him money because
he'd been using his name and songs
and that basically he can manipulate
Dirk and do whatever he won't.
So, all right, cool.
We get done with that.
She basically said she kicked
Jem out, whatever the hell, whatever the hell,
whatever the hell. She almost gets to say that what Jam said he would do if he ever was
go back to jail. So the feds come on. Normally from what we've been seeing, the fed's been passing
on a lot of shit. But in this particular witness, they said we ain't letting shit fly, not even a maggie.
So the feds do this shit. And I ain't going to lie. Boy, I laughed hard as hell on the inside.
They say, you ever been arrested? She said no. I say, so forgery and shit in 2014? No.
you haven't been arrested right here in 2016 for blah blah blah she like no like are you sure
she had to give it up right she was like yeah i've been arrested so i've been not convicted he said
but you just said in this stand that you've never been arrested credibility done nothing further
your honor bro what i've told you the feds couldn't wait to do some shit like that i ain't go
a lie that shit was funny as yeah that's probably one of their biggest
biggest like stamping moments right there hey man don't come in these face face like
hey man don't come in these so we have a witness that comes on from alamo records and he talks
about how the music industry goes this just that the whole bevy of things right and then we find
out that they have the final say-so over the music video and why that's important is because of
monetization the first word out of his mouth was youtube so apparently if they were to uploaded that
Red Man video that would have violated this shit out of YouTube policies.
And that's not what he said, but he basically said that Alamo Records has a hell of a
stance against violent-ass shit like that that shows their artists killing people or whatever
the hell the case may be.
He talks about stuff being a whole entire, dare I say.
So is Sedi Nash ringtone close that back door can't get snaked by my homie?
Holy.
The Odyssey is the number one movie out and Grand The Fado is the number one.
one video game out. So basically that violent sales and music and art and all this shit, but
long story short, he says video never came out because it was too violent. The feds try to
act like the video didn't come out because essentially it was some self-incriminating shit.
So the fans, remember the feds created this shit where they didn't even know when the damn
song was coming out. None of this shit. We find out that little Dirk's album, the voice,
that's where Redman was supposed to be released.
Then the feds get on there
like, do you know that little dirt still performances
with this song at the shows and shit?
That ain't got nothing to do with nothing.
The video never came out.
So,
it is what it is.
So we have a witness that comes off
from our...
Let me do this shit real quick, man,
because I'm sick of you, motherfucker.
Setti Nash is not a fucking journalist.
Nigga, I'm a fucking opinionist.
I just said this on multiple

Setti Nash is not... Okay, saidie?
And one more thing.

same shit and y'all not doing no fucking views so why the fuck would i take your loser-ass

I know this is bad
I'm gonna give these losers a view
I see Norrie supposed to respond it to
I've lad I kind of want to watch it
Unfortunately I gotta go to hot 987 to watch it
Yo
This guy
This guy's show is so ass
3,000 views, bro.
Like, this guy's so bad, bro.
When is he getting fired?
Somebody tell me.
And I'm here, man.
I'm a black culture.
Who claims to date black woman.
Who claims to date black woman, but there's not one picture of him with a black woman.
You need to tell me this black woman is not.
This black woman is not.
I go vows for Vlad, man.
Yo, when I brought Vlad, when I brought Vlad to the young boy tour,
Vlad showed up with his lady, man.
I had, I had Vlad with the hooligans, the 4K trade hooligans backstage, nigger.
and Vlad was with his black queen.
I could vouch.
I could vouch.
I could vouch.
My boy, Vlad was in the back walling.
Dap.
Like, I think his girl, low-key, like, you know, Vlad White.
So, like, I think his girl kind of was proud.
Like, oh, shit, my man, my man kind of lit.
Yo, you, Vlad doing handshakes with niggas and shit.
Yo, what up, Nick?
Like, Vlad, like, Vlad's interesting.
Nick, bro.
How queen?
I don't want to be seen with our...
Bro, you don't even want to take a picture of the girl you dating, bro.
Like, that's an L move, man.
Like, I don't know who, Norie dating.
Don't take a picture of her, Norrie.
Trust me.
Like, no disrespect to you.
It's just, you don't want to get people up your business like that, man.
All right?
These rappers are going to try to fuck her.
These other niggins is going to start doing weird shit.
Nah, bro.
Her fucking, stick her with other, her significant other, excuse me.
And so this guy, so I want to call for it with a solution.
It is a solution, right?
Let's go.
Go over into Nari.
I want you to, I want you, let's do the drum roll, right?
Let's do the drum roll, right?
I want a solution, right?
Come on.
What's the solution, baby?
If you could, if you can look in the camera right now,
if you can look in the camera, what a lie detector test
and say that you have never used the N-word in your life?
In your life.
Y, I rock with Nouri, but like, yo, yeah, Nore,
I won't keep it being.
You're losing this back and forth?
Because that man hit you with facts.
And, like, you're making up generic shit against white people.
If you had a video of or some audio of like Vlad saying the N-word, bro, you should have just drop it.
Like, that's how you win this beef, Norie.
Like, I got no picks in this.
But you just saying stuff, and I'm going to be honest with you, maybe like this fucking moron, Mero is going to be like, oh, we don't like white people.
But like, I'm going to be honest with you, niggas looked at Vlad and they're like, yo, he kind of came with some facts.
Bro, hit Vlad with facts.
You got to hit him with facts.
Have you never used the N-word?
And then two.
This is the number two.
I only got three questions for the.
a lot of detected test and you say you spent $8,000 to come to Miami.
I'll give you back that $8,000 and I'll pay for the line of detective test if you do this.
So the second test is, you see those pictures of him being a wigger, him looking like a wigger,
him sounding like a wigger, him, him, and you see those pictures of him bit over a Cadillac?
He's even bit over a Cadillac.
A Cadillac is known for a black man far.
So he's doing everything black.
I'm just to say how many times I use the word, the N-word, when you used to dress like that?
We used to dress like Ali G and B. Rad G.
from McLeod who's both wanted.
How many times have you used the N-word then?
That's the three times.
That's the second time, right?
Now, the third time, this is the third time.
This is number three.
Have you used the N-word in the last 10 years?
I'm rooting for Noree, man.
You know, Norie, you got to do your research, man.
There's some shit you could clap at live with, man.
You see, Norrie's mad entertaining.
I guess Norie's not probably good with the back and forth shit.
He probably not good with the back and forth.
Because I ain't going to lie.
Like, I think if this was Gilly, Gilly, Gilly would a cooked flat.
Gilly?
Like, nigga.
Gilly would cook flat, bro.
I haven't going to lie, bro.
Like, Gilly, like, a nigga like Gilly, a nigga like Cam.
Yeah.
Gilly, Cam.
Yeah.
But I ain't going to lie.
Like, Norrie, I think.
Have you?
And I don't mean N-E-R or G-A.
Have you used it, period?
Have you listened to Biggie Small song in the shower?
Have you used it?
What I'm asking for
And if you do this
I'll go to Minister Louis Farrakhan's desk
Because that's what this all started off
For me telling him to take my videos down
Once you misquoted the honest of Lewis
Minister Farrakhan
And so if you do this
I will go to the Louis-Farikar's desk
And I will have a flag
Okay now again I'm being honest
Yo, Nory
That's a valid point
You got to come with those things
up front. See, I didn't know that. I'm assuming you're telling the truth. I'm assuming both
you're telling the truth. But if you says your issue with Vlad started when you asked him to take
down your videos and then your reasoning is, oh, because of prior previous disrespect to the minister
Louis Farrakhan, that could be a thing. That could be a thing. Like the other stuff you were saying
before was just silly. I'm going to be honest. Of your company's name on there, and I would say,
we misquoted this guy. He's not a coach.
But you know why he can't do that? You know why he won't do that to his own camera?
What a...
To your own camera, who black men, you come together, you date black women, but you try to destroy
black men.
Look at that same camera. Get that same camera and take that test on a lot of Texas test and
I'll pay for it.
And it could be on your platform.
It can be on your platform.
I swear to God, listen to me, man.
For the last few years, I've been trying to be a better person.
So when I come around my people, we do not use the N-word.
And if we use the N-word, we do 15 burpees or we do 50,
pushups. Okay.
I am a person
of when the person
was going to,
it's about to use the N-word
because I want you to do those burpees.
And if I'll tell you,
my last argument with this guy,
this guy wanted to call me
N-word.
Even look at his tweet.
His tweet said,
I'm getting to bitch-ass,
man.
Bitch-ass,
you don't use that in the hood.
What's the slang in the hood?
It's bitch-ass.
Vigha.
Those are burpees,
you all.
So, Norman, listen, man.
That's all I'm trying to say,
like, listen,
if you don't do that,
If you don't do that, do me a favor for the culture, for the hip hop, for everybody who you claim that you love and you say you have family members of.
If you can't answer those sweet questions on camera, I'll pay for the lot of tech.
They're saying, come to Miami, we'll do this, right?
If you can't do that, then take everybody black and Latino off of your website for a week.
And let's see where your website stands in one day.
In one day, take everybody black off your website.
If you can't look at your black situation, if you can't look at your black family members,
if you can't look at your black friends and definitively tell them, yo, you know,
Listen, sir, I have never used the word in word.
I've never used the N word.
I've never used it with an E.R.
I've never, you dressed like a nigger.
You fucking talk like a nigga.
You mean to tell me you never use the word, nigga?
You was going to use it to me two weeks ago.
He is so petty.
He is so obsessed with me.
He took AI.
He took my voice.
Norrie ain't addressed one point Vlad made.
Bro, Noree.
Just tell him why you agreed to do a show and now you don't want to do it.
On AI, those text messages that he used, some was from eight years ago, someone was from two years ago, and some was from two weeks ago.
This man's obsessed with black culture.
He needs to have somebody black beefing in his face.
He tried every spears, every spirit didn't bait.
He tried boozy, boozy didn't bait.
Norrie has the time.
No, he has the time.
Queens, nigger, queen.
Queens!
No, we have the time.
And all I want you to do is answer those three questions.
If you answer those three questions, yo, bro, I would say sorry you, yo, yo.
saying sorry to me means nothing and me saying sorry to him means nothing we both are pieces of
shit to each other it's a truck it's a fact i hate him i hate him and i hate him right so yeah i was i was
playing the game to be at at the uh at the forefront of the game because that's exactly what he would
do to me a coach of also is a person who uses you and spits you out he uses keeping d he show up at
court even cameron showed up at court you see did cameron show the court did you see
did you see black tv did you see
Did you see Black TV help for his counsel?
Yes, KV.D. Snissed on itself.
Yes, we all know that.
We all know KiBD.
Smiths on itself.
But what did the Fed say?
The Fed say we used Vlad TV's footage.
They almost called him Detective Vlad on that.
This is not things that I'm making up.
This is the thing that you know.
I don't have no beef with you.
And I'd rather not have no beef with you.
Answer these three questions and let's move on for hip-hop.
You have made all that Versace's search you wore on hip-hop paid for.
That wig that you wear,
That's those red outlines that you did you wear hip hop paid for
Cardi Airframes hip hop pay for so pay hip hop back and tell hip hop you are not a racist behind closed doors
Black women that you show that black woman that you dating that you are proud of her that you are proud of y'all
your relationship and post a picture with her claim your queen
Let's not get a T. That's not get a team that's not fair a lot of y'all media niggins never posts as y'all
day in life man y'all gotta stop it bro
not even told minority man
there's mad media niggas
we don't know
and by the way I don't think
I don't think you need to
but don't try to hold
Vlad to some standard
that we don't hold other people to
or oh is it because he's white
he gotta post his
his black girl
to make y'all feel good
no shit
if that's the case
I think everybody should post their wives
and shit like I want to see who dating
some trash ass bitches
I want to see it
but I understand his privacy
so don't have different rules
with Vlad man
man.
We want a real pitcher.
Are you kissing that black queen?
No, A.I.
Yo, so no.
I don't give Vlad pushback.
Bro, this ain't even nothing to give a nigga pushback on, bro.
He's saying that, yo, this nigga says the N-word.
Bro, if he dropped the...
That's what I'm saying.
Don't say...
Don't say do a lot of tech to test if you've said the N-word.
N-word.
Nigger, drop the proof of it, nigga.
Drop the proof like, yo, bro.
Look at this. Now, come on.
Sorry, listen, man.
You used me and you use my voice.
So we already know you.
You already sued Rick Ross.
So there's no way I can win with you on the street level.
You use fighting words with me and you don't want to fight.
You don't want to take it to the street.
So there's no way I can win.
So I have done with this.
I am not talking about this no more.
I am waiting for him to answer these three questions on camera.
I am sorry, Merrill.
I'm hyped up.
I'm digging car.
There not.
Listen, bro.
You got me hyped up because I fired off.
Between us.
that we could this could have never he is so much of a glamourne he's so much of a culture
he came to the realization that he cannot use me so if you can't use you you you throw you to the
dispensary to me we throw you to the garbage and that's exactly what he did he did it to kifi
he did it to busi he did it to erie spares he did it to me he did it to lord jamaal he did it to
uh godfrey and he did it to my son he named one person he named him bin bala god bless
bin bola but if i didn't do your interview ben boulder god bless you brother
You know, so Vlad brought up, Vlad brought up a criticism, which I personally disagree with, but he was saying that you forcing people to drink, which, in my opinion, bro, everybody that goes up there is a celebrity, they got handlers, they got people that are supposed to tell them what to do.
When you go to the bar, when you go to the ball and you get wasted, do you really blame the bar?
Do you blame the bar?
When you go to a bar and you get wasted, do you blame the bar?
Yo, it was a bartender's full.
Yeah, that's so horrible.
I don't know a lot, bro.
I think the best thing to say is that, yo, people know that it comes at the show
because they do blame the bar.
If a bar lets somebody get intoxicated and they walk outside and get behind the wheel of a car
or whatever happens that might be criminal in nature,
they definitely usually hold the bar accountable.
That 100%?
Yeah.
Like, they hold the bar accountable.
If you can lose your liquor license if you get to my car.
why you're too drunk.
Now, I like the whole thing with drink champs.
I love to drink.
I think the way that question should be answered is,
yo, listen, you know, these people are grown men.
If DMX want to come do my show and he know what we do over here is drink,
man, man, bro.
Like, it's like the criticism they give Vlad.
Vlad, why would you interview this guy
knowing that he's going to tell on himself?
What the fuck?
So I don't blame Norie for that.
We have never interviewed anybody under 21.
Never, not once.
No one has never left our show
and got sentenced to life.
No one has never.
Everyone has grown men.
And most of the people, if it was a problem that happened,
if they came to drink chats,
they came to drink chas already drunk.
These are grown men.
These are people who had cases prior to them coming.
Look how much.
Look how many people.
come to my show and they leave on vacation. They go on tour. They go on Vlad TV. They go on
Vlad TV and they leave on probation. Oh! They leave with an ankle monitor. They leave with an ankle
minder. They are literally calling him the fed. They are literally calling him a detective. And this is
who we support. And I respect the people who get paid for it because I don't want to tell you how to
pay your rent, your mortgage, your car, though. I don't want to tell you that. So if you're getting
that, go ahead and the coon away. From here on out, you know that you're a coon that
next to a person who loves black woman but won't post a black woman and loves black drama won't be
involved in black.
