Let's get the Traplow Ross, man.
Someone told me that that nigger, Miro, has the lowest ratings in Hot 97 history.
The lowest, you know, niggas showed up a couple months ago.
He's breaking records.
Lowest ratings of all time.
Lowest.
Just the lowest.
Ridiculous.
Anyway, this is Trappler-Rawrace talking about,
Jamie the Bull's ex-girlfriend getting smoked by the prosecutors on the stand.
Here we go.
I'm not going to lie to you guys. The prosecution might have just smoked Dirk's best witness.
They went crazy on the stand. Everybody was whispering around the lunch break that apparently
somebody from Jam's family, somebody connected to Jam is going to take that stand.
Now somebody got on the stand and it was Jam's ex-girlfriend.
So apparently Jam had gotten into a relationship with this woman.
While he was still locked up in jail, I think it was in 2016.
She actually picked him up from prison when he was released in February of 2022.
and she basically said that she put him out the house, kicked him out the house in April of 2022,
I guess just two months after he got out and basically was trying to paint him to be this horrible guy, this liar.
She basically repeated stuff that we had already heard previously that apparently,
basically she said Jan was dissing on Dirk calling him a hoass Nward.
He thought that Dirk was going to give him money when he got out of jail,
but he only just gave him clothes.
He said he felt like Dirk owed him for saying his name.
Wait, I thought when he got out of jail, didn't he get, uh,
50 days?
...in songs and that Dirk was indebted to him.
He said he felt...
Well, she said that Jam said that he felt that Dirk owed everything to him
and he wouldn't be this big rapper if he wasn't using his name in songs.
Apparently he said Dirk was a goofy.
He's not a threat.
He's a lame.
Dirk only just jumped off the porch.
He's not really about that life.
Apparently, Jan was talking about how he was planning to start his own rap career when he came home.
And the woman basically said she hadn't spoken to Jam in a few years,
but only spoke to him in 2023 when he got arrested again.
He tried to reach out, but she wasn't rocking with.
him, but everything fell apart when the prosecution decided to do some cross-examination.
We just had three witnesses and the prosecution ain't really have nothing to say to them.
But this one, they tore her apart in just a couple of sentences.
They basically asked her, you grew up in Chicago, yep, you were romantic with Jam, when he was
in custody, yeah, you picked him up, yeah, it didn't end well, yeah.
They basically said, what's your birthday?
She said her birthday, all right?
And then they said, have you ever been arrested?
She said, no.
They said, you've never been arrested for for for for a theft-related crime?
she said, I was arrested for a theft-related crime, but it was nothing to do with me.
And they said, so you just said you were never arrested.
But you say, I'm really, you did get arrested.
And she said, well, I never got convicted.
They said, yeah, we're resting it there.
That's it.
They low-key trashed her credibility.
And you could tell the energy in the room just completely changed it.
It felt like all of the Dirk supporters were thinking, cool, we finally got one.
And then suddenly the prosecution smoked her in a couple of sentences.
That was honestly bad.
After that, there was a lot of.
whispering a lot of conversation going on in the courtroom. People were just people's heads were
spinning. That part was crazy. And then there was another witness that was brought forward. Somebody
from Dirk's label. He spoke for a long time and he made some really good points. But again,
right at the last minute, the Fed's hit him with a couple short questions and it really turned
things around. I'm not going to lie. I don't know who else they're going to bring to the table,
but the prosecution are definitely coming down heavy on Dirk's witnesses.
I'm not going to lie to you guys.
Man, what's the Voss?
What's going on with my thing, man?
Are we lagging y'all?
I can see it, man.
We hang on by a thread right now.
That's not a good look.
It's not a good look.
God damn, I see it.
Hang on in there, man.
It's a bumpy ride.
Pause.
He's trying to recover, but...
Shit looking spooky.
Yeah, I know.
It's been lagging, like, on and off.
It's been lagging on and off.
Should be getting a little bit better now.
Okay.
We are waiting on some new updates.
It appears that it's a strong, strong, strong possibility that we will get the case being arrested today
and we'll head into the next portion of the trial,
which would be closing statements and jury instructions and deliberations.
Let me hear with my man.
Trenches News got to say.
Copped out too. They had co-defenders with it. He never said they name. He just pleaded guilty.
So that let me know that another Rico is coming besides that Vicar. And Liddh Dirk was rolled down on by the fairs twice before he got arrested.
And the week of the concert, man, make sure y'all smash that like button so this video get around.
If you got Twitter, TikTok, Reddit, Twitter, Twitter, Twitter, Twitter, Facebook market.
Little Dirt, they hooked them up.
Smash the hype button and that like button, man.
2,000 likes. I'm going straight in to live. Soon when they cross 2,000, man.
give me that all right child so jam copped out to three murders he copped out to pa murder he copped out to
um a guy by the name of baby d i think people mixing up baby d or ludd i think they mixing them up
with other people because i seen family members like damn jim killed him and they like no not this guy
but he killed the stokelour mo and he said he did it with somebody else because of older member
now they're telling me that this older member is on the run now for a homicide
that Jam had confessed to that nobody didn't know.
I'm going to run this video and then I'm going to come back to y'all.
saw their face, and if they didn't kill him, he was going to tell.
For 41-year-old, Mohamed Shahada, who neighbors called Moe.
If you've ever been on the South Side, you've come to the market.
Whoever came into the market on Friday...
I think this is Racine, Wisconsin.
Evening left after shooting and killing Mo.
He's remembered for going out of his way to help people.
One sign here thanks him for extending credit to people in need.
Some say lately that type of kindness wasn't valued by everyone.
I came to a point where people just started taking advantage of him,
and he didn't like it, and so he started to change over the...
Now, you know how they talk about you like you were a saint when you die,
but in reality, they said this guy, Mo, the guy who got killed, by the way,
I think we have him on this page here.
He was, this Mohammed Shabbata, Shihada, what, gone but not forgotten.
They say he used to do money laundering.
So when people had a lot of drug money, they would give him like, yo, hey, here's 40,000.
Just give us back 30,000 or 35,000, but clean the money up that we could use it.
Why? Because people were just coming in here just for that.
You know, not to really get to know him or, you know, be his friend.
Just to literally take advantage of him and he saw that.
Now a community mourns for Moe supporting him when they say others let him down.
In Racine, Jason Newton, WISN, 12 News.
Racine police say they need your help to solve that case.
If you have any information, you can call Racine Police at 262-635.
kind of crazy that it was like over 15 years that they didn't solve that crime until
Jam testified or, I mean, admitted to it in his plea deal.
So I was actually able to talk to some people who was down in Racine at that time,
and they're from Chicago, and they said the guy Moe, they say, Trenchers News, man, he like
one of the Arabs in the hood, man, that let you get blunt for free, cigarettes on credit,
you lick on credit or you know you yeah on credit basically because you could pay back when when you
tell them you're gonna pay him back i'm gonna pay you back friday and this wednesday he wanted those guys
so some guys on the block they seen that and then they got to extorting them you know you illegal
over here let us get these thousands a week you got to pay me thousands a week to run an operation on our
block you know the thuds have come up with it i seen that happen at motown i know one of the generals who walked
around all them stores i'm talking about the liquor stores on host it and all the stores that's
bad what papas used to be now what papas used to be it's a um chinese food and all that man he extorted
every one of them subway and all bro they was paying them so i know it it can happen but yeah they
took advantage of it dude said that he can no longer pay you know jam homie the old the bd i ain't
gonna say his name man to a pop out but now he is on the run now he is officially on the run now jam
copped out and they said that they hit two other cribs of his family members looking for him never thought
that it was going to come back to hunt you but jam had copped out and now he on the run but they said that
the guy he said that he owed him 10,000 dollars he was extorting him mo paid him a couple of times
he ain't want to get to him he brought jam up that this guy owed me and then tried to scam but he got
the wrestling with the guy jam homie so jam sparked him bow he shoot him kill him you know and this in
paperwork too he popped him shot him in the head and killed him they ran off nobody was ever called for it
it was an unsolved mystery and to jams said it now that guy on the run now you got little pop
and you got remember lute d the guy little d some calling baby d little d he got killed they said
it was a kid not murder jam one by itself jam say i'm just copping out to the murder because i was
dead basically but it's other guys so we're not seeing these other guys man
Hey, look, it's trouble for Little Dirt, but they come in to get them.
It's more to this than these guys is not showing up at court.
The Feds fin to come and Rico are all them.
Most of them are already in the Vicar, and they probably fit to strip the Vite Car
and just add in a whole RICO on Dirknam, you know,
because I feel like they feel like California played with Little Dirk them,
and they walk in the line and study just blitzing Little Dirk with the evidence and getting them.
You know, that's why Chicago.
go, I feel, try to hand over the Stefan Matt case to California because they know that
that for show that was going to stick.
And that's what Little Dirk was hell for, but they ended up separating those charges.
But Jam copped out the three murders and his co-defendants on them.
He never said he killed them by itself.
He just pleaded guilty to what he did.
So all those guys who was out there with Jam killing and they think y'all better run, man.
They're coming.
And that was the murder.
That's how Moe got murdered.
He was innocent.
They was extorting them.
When you extort somebody, bro, and you can't get no more money,
and you know you weren't supposed to get no money anyway, man.
Go on head on, bro.
Because now, you know, you got a person who had four kids.
They'll never see their father again, man.
And y'all have been walking the streets.
That's why I say Jam shouldn't get out of jail.
Jam had told his daughter he's going to shoot her,
threatening his sister who won't die out.
Now, it wasn't his daughter.
It was his sister's daughter, so his niece.
A sister who was taking care of his kids.
Like, bro, you are animal.
bro i don't think you should get out and then it's scary that he said that jam was like i don't care
about if i get out tomorrow like he want a number he just want a number that's scary when a person
that's saying yeah i want 20 years he's saying he just want a number you know so it don't matter what they
get him he just want to outday to see life again you know but yeah the many murders of jam
will lead to o tf rico it's not over remember remember it's always an ongoing investigation when they
say the investigation is ongoing like if they wanted to they could supersede somebody into
obloat like how low saying bad as did the bad ass was there and they saying that bad ass the one
who was in the car and not move up but if they find out that bad they could supersede him into the
indictment right now with them i already went to trial and found guilty here just have another
court date and that's basically what buggy doing he fired his lawyer boogie put the slick one on
him and so now boogie going to trial by itself but the same evidence
will be presented and i don't know of finding them coming or none of that but it might just be
their statements but he's going to jail but as far as booney mo moore missing man booney moore had to
just tell him he ain't cooperating and that he's going to get his time but he still would have been
in court because he's part of conspiracy and that's how you know again that the feds is fin to come
with a rico charge another ricko i'm talking about just specifically for like o tf them and all that
you know they got to change the vicar and plus drew yadam
time to work on more evidence and for the bike card they got more chance to work on the
riko case because drew wanted to separate it and steady fighting it all if you think that little
dirt not guilty on this one then you should just put both of them together because you could
have ripped the witnesses apart on both of them if you rid of that cold and another thing I'm tired
of people saying that drew them are beasts drew them are dogs little dirt lawyers are dogs hey
look first of i want to point out to you drew highest case in a fair that he won
is a it's a fraud case that's a scam in case second drew ain't be no murder cases if i if i's
involved in what little dirt facing he ain't be no stalking no murder for hire no none of that okay
and then third he copped out for everything drew is a cop-out lawyer so for all you people who
fanned out hey drew is a cop-out lawyer drew is the person who cop out he always cop out they
always come to drew with a plea drew ain't beat nothing for young thug once again for luci
for none of them the NBA young boy he didn't beat anything well young boy got part but young boy still did time he just got his charges ran together in a
well he did be the first um the first case in cali i don't know if drew was his lawyer then though
i think drew kind of hopped on the case when it was uh the second case which was Louisiana and they
combined it um with the Utah case which was the drug
case he never beat anything a dog beat stuff a dog beat the case you're walking out the courtroom
you're walking out the front door you hit me that's what a dog is i'm just have to explain to y'all
because a lot of y'all just fanned out and y'all coming through my comments time about hey man drew a dog
man he's a hard price lawyer yeah for coping out you could have got a public defender to do that
tell y'all the truth keep it real with y'all look there could have got a public defender bro
and he would have put up more of the fight than drew I
told y'all dd lawyer a year ago a year and a half ago dd lawyer is better than drew them
dd lawyer brought up all the red flags and made the feds exposed the white car and he's not getting
a 75% of the money that brian still and drew them getting you hear me but d d lawyer i think brian still
did the best performance and and i think i think drew did did well yeah this is a shitty case
to hell very sloppy
Niggas did a sloppy crime.
They're all over text messages, camera phones, all type of stuff.
They're rapping about the stuff.
Yeah, you gave you a lawyer a bunch of shit and told him to turn the sugar.
It's way better than them if you ask my opinion.
But next, last but not least I want to get to is Loddirt.
Now, Lundirk knew the Feds was coming.
Before Loddirk had that concert, the Feds rolled down on Liddark.
Yeah, so, yeah, he knew.
the feds were coming a couple days before.
I'm wondering if he was thinking about maybe canceling that concert.
Because that concert was four days after they took his phone.
And then the feds came four days afterwards.
FBI agent and took his phone.
Then they rolled down on him again and took another phone.
And they got him at the airport.
By the way, you know what's unclear?
Who booked the second flights?
We know that Jason, when the police was outside his crib, he calls Dirk.
But who booked the, who booked the,
flights. I don't think it's Jason. I don't think he was Jason. So it's not Vaughney, right? Who booked
the flights for, for, um, Dirk? That's a good question. I don't think it's Jason. Remember,
they booked multiple commercial flights and a private jet. If you think in six minutes,
it took them six minutes to arrest, um, it took them six minutes to arrest Jason. It took six
minutes to come out. If you think he booked a private jet and all them flights in six minutes,
that, I don't believe that. So Lund Dirk knew that they was coming. He just,
you know, high balls. And then the agent said when they did run up on them,
Little Dirt said, you know who I am, you know. Hey, look, I just say if a person innocent and they
ain't guilty, I wouldn't have ran. I would have asked them what this is about. And then it would call
my lawyer. That's all I would have said to them, you know. But with all the evidence that they got
against Liddirt and his co-defendants who is part of the murder, that's not hearsay.
Here say, if you went on the scene and you heard about something, yeah, I heard him do it. That's
hearsay.
but you can still go down for hearsay.
We seen Drew Peterson, the cop who, three wives missing,
he got locked up for hearsay.
They had no evidence, and he got locked up for hearsay.
That's hearsay.
Oh, he said he was going to kill her.
You ain't hearing him said it, but she said that she told you that.
If my husband was going to kill me, if I die, he killed me.
And that's hearsay.
But direct evidence is a person saying that I was there.
I committed the crime, and he was part of it.
That's direct.
That's not hearsay.
Just had to break that down.
But Little Dirk knew.
The feds was on him.
I don't know if he cared.
You know, he was walking around like, got him.
All his co-defendants, you know, they turned on the most of them,
except Didi and brown eyes.
The rest of them turned on them.
And the other half is missing.
So I will be going live, man.
I need 2,000 likes, bro.
Dirk drop this documentary a year ago.
All this song gives a grin.
Yeah, be like, boy, the album nominated for a gram.

He got locked up five days after this.
Happy birthday to you.
Happy birthday, dear, der.
Thank you.
Speech.
You know, ain't big on talking, but I appreciate everybody coming out, you know what I'm saying.
It's a start of a new relationship with a lot of us in here.
Love, you know, family in here tonight.
I ain't too big on birthdays, but I appreciate it.
Shout to my mama.
That's my mom.
The reason I'm a little crazy, you know.
I appreciate, you know, um, many more, you know what I'm saying?
Outside of birthday and that's trying to sit.
birthday and let's change the city because Chicago is good right now.
That's right.
Yeah, there's something about like, there's a look in Dirk's face where like you
could tell he's, I don't call it fake happy, but I think he's happy but a little bit concerned
too.
I don't know.
Maybe I'm just kind of, it's one of those confirmation biases where now I know what
happened.
I'm looking at him and maybe I'm putting on my fears or my thoughts onto him.
We want to begin now with some breaking news.
Rapper Lil Dirk is charged in a murder.
for hire plot. This is his mugshot from Florida where he was arrested last night and is being
held without bond.
This call is from a federal prison.
We're in here, we got a, yeah, we're in the studio, we in this both fucking get into it, boy.
We put the rollout and got everything.
This shit feel good, bro.
Apparently the judge is considering giving the jury, are we back it or no?
And he was like, yeah, so of course she's getting at
made but the agent said no they haven't been able to talk to the other two people who are on the
plane because they haven't been able to locate them they've been in out of the country is what he said
the other two passengers have been out of the country which i did find to be interesting because
they would have been i mean they would have been able they were on the flight so maybe they
overheard something but that was his point oh and then in regards to
regards to, well, not the flight crew, but there were four, it was four people on the plane.
It was Dirk, Vani, and then two other people that were like with him.
On the plane?
And so, you know, they weren't interviewed.
And then in regards to the flights to Dubai, Marissa positioned those as, again, there was no arrest warrant at that time.
He had not been charged.
And he is a celebrity whose managers.
and friends have just been all arrested.
And it's a bad look for him.
He has a very recognizable face.
And so, and she highlights that the news had picked up that this takedown, all these people
had been arrested.
The news had picked it up and it's starting to be published.
And so because of that, she says, you know, he books the flight, the United
flight, and he was going to just fly regular commercial.
but he has a very recognizable face with all this news surrounding.
Who books it, though?
Who books it?
Him.
So basically, that's why he was trying to get out of town.
To get away from all of this media, all of this attention,
you know, his close people have just been arrested.
He couldn't fly commercially because he would have a record.
People would recognize him.
And so that's why he decided to ultimately take the private jet.
But of course, that was stopped because the feds came.
And he took, he, he was, apparently she's popular on TikTok.
Her name's, I'm not a lawyer, but.
There for a while, but I'm not really sure.
I think what he was getting at, because his, his opening, he said that Didi didn't know that it was a murder plan.
He, his whole thing was Dedy was a passenger.
Dedy was a passenger.
Dedy was a passenger and Jam was a perpetrator.
That was his opening.
And so on his cross, it seemed like he was really keying into the fact that on the morning of the
murder, like how uncomfortable he was with all of the people. So if what he, if you believe what he said,
if what he said is true, I'm like, why, why did he go to the, why was he trying to kill Juan de Rondo
himself? So maybe he didn't want to do it with him. I don't really know. But regardless, what the,
with the evidence shows is that that morning, he got up, got picked up by himself, left them all there,
took one of the guns with him, left them at the hotel.
They went to Cuando Rondo's hotel.
They sat outside of that hotel, and he was trying to kill him himself in that moment.
Now, Ruther, Vani told him not out this car because we in the BMW, you can't do it out of here because I've been riding it.
Or if he was like, do what you do and, you know, Jam just decided not to, nobody knows.
Bro, what's up with this shit, man?
The point is on cross, Dede's attorney, right?
He was highlighting that Didi wasn't there for that.
He was at the hotel.
He didn't know any of that.
So if that means he actually didn't know about the whole thing, I don't really know, but that's what he highlighted.
And then Mills got up and his was very short.
He asked the agent in regards to the cars, the rental record.
was my client's name on the rental records?
The agent said no.
Did my client sign for any of this?
The agent says no.
In the two years that you've been investigating this case,
have you recovered a single message of David,
Brian Lindsay agreeing to do this murder for hire?
The agent says no.
Have you recovered any phone calls, anything,
where you can point to that my client was agreeing,
buying into saying yes to doing a murder for hire,
the agent says no.
however he says but he did get on that plane to san diego he did get in the car he did get out the car and
shoot he got back in the car he's seen at in and out so he was there um but yeah there's no his name
is not on any records if that's the question the answer to that is no so that was essentially
the day like i said it was um that was the day they have so the next two weeks
witnesses after the agent ended.
Tomorrow, the government intends to call two of the agents who were at the airport
when Dirk had all the flights.
So I'm imagining, I'm not for sure.
I imagine we're going to see body cam footage because at one point, Dirk.
All right, hold up.
We got some shit.
I didn't even know this thing was in court.
Oh, hell not, Chad.
put my spectacles on for these ones.
Still.
There we go.
Check this out, chat.
Here we go.
Got a couple updates.
A lot, actually.
God damn.
Okay.
So the prosecutor is now asking this SVP
of Alamo
if they're aware that Kwanter was shot at later in Los Angeles.
All right.
They get off.
They call Sykema Springfield.
Dirk is smiling and joking with his lawyers.
They say that they're a captain and army, a U.S. Army officer with a bachelor's degree.
Springfield says she dated King Vaughn.
Is this Asian doll?
Is this Queen Vaughn?
Springfield testified she dated King Vaughn.
She says she met King Vaughn through Vaughn's sister, Kayla.
After they met, Vaughn told her he wanted to rap.
she eventually moved to Atlanta in September 2018 to be with him.
Springfield testified she lived with King Vaughn in Atlanta until around February 2019
as Vaughn's music career began taking off.
The defense then turns to something important about who controlled King Vaughn's money.
Springfield testified that Vaughney had complete financial authority over King Vaughn's account.
She testified Vaughn had a son who was born in 2019, July, and is now safe.
years old. Springfield testified that after
King Vaughn was murdered on November 6th,
she learned about his death through the internet. She then traveled from
Chicago to the Atlanta house to pay respect to Vaughn's mom.
Springfield says she did not see Dirk at the Atlanta house when she went to
pay respects. Defense asked how many times did she ever seen Dirk in life?
Springfield says this would be a third time in life. She says she's never talked to
Dirk. Springfield says three days after return to Chicago, she called Vonnie and
asked what happened to King Vaughn. She said
Vonie told her they were at the club when it happened.
She asked who shot Vaughn.
Springfield testified
that after King Vaughn was killed, she called
Vani asked what happened, who shot him. Vani
told her, don't worry. I'll take care of it.
Defense acts,
Princefield, what did she think of
Vani? She says he's
a liar and he's a fucking thief.
Then the defense asked about
an alleged $300,000
trust fund involving
King Vaughn's son. The defense
brings up an allegation that Vonny stole a $300,000 trust fund set up for King Von Sun, who is now seven.
The judge stops the line to question in after an objection and tells the defense to switch the subject.
The defense tries one more to bring up Vani allegedly stealing $300,000 from a trust fund belong.
There's a new version of the post.
Oh, okay.
Oh, shit.
The wife.
Oh, my God.
They call, Brian Steele calls Lashonte Hester, the wife,
of Casey, OTF Jam Hester.
Lashonte testified that she
and Jammer are still married.
She says she don't know nothing
about Jam testified about three murders
or pleading guilty.
Still asked Lashonte and Hester
she remembers when her husband Jam was released.
She thinks it was
February. Yeah, this is crazy.
Number one, if you're married,
you can't be compelled to testify against your husband.
Second of all, is she fucking retarded?
Even if you're not cool with Jam?
because you're married
if Jam is seen liable
for all of this fuck shit that he's admitted to
Jam is broke as a joke
and probably gonna spend
a significant portion of his life in prison
you know this is how it goes
so if somebody wanna sue Jam
they sue his wife
and his wife is up there
for the defense
is she fucking retarded
is she fucking retarded
okay
still asks Ashante if she remembers
when her husband
when her husband Jam was released
she says February 22
but she doesn't know who jammed parole to,
only that it wasn't her.
Steel acts Jam's wife, Lashonte, if she knows Brianna Dangerfield.
Oh, man, you snitching on that man for having a jailhouse girlfriend.
That's a jailhouse girlfriend that caught lying, I caught lying understand.
She also said she does not know Dirk Banks,
and Dirk has never called her about going to California,
or Boneymo is never called either.
Still asks Lashonte Hester,
whether or not anyone from law enforcement ever ask her the question he was asking today.
Lashante said no.
Still introduced the text jam's wife received a few mornings ago,
allegedly from the FBI.
The text reads,
Good morning, Mr. Heston.
We want to check in and make sure you're okay.
I spoke to Kaylee this morning.
I think I mean Casey.
Casey this morning, he's thinking about you guys.
By the way, that's exactly what the judge advised the prosecutor to do.
So we're not going to tell you who Dirk is going to bring up as his witnesses,
but you could reach out to people and, you know,
ask them if they're testifying or seeing if they'll talk to you.
And if you get the info that way, that's fine.
So they reached out to clearly all the people around Jam.
They reached out to his wife, his jailhouse side chick,
and God knows who else, right?
So apparently she shows Dirk's team the message that the feds said to her.
Okay.
I know the FBI sent text messages.
He says, introduces a text message
that from Jam's wife a few mores ago from the FBI.
Lashonte responds to the message.
He can't be thinking about us
if he up in there telling all them people business.
He can't be thinking about, okay.
He's like, I guess she's saying,
if you're out there snitching,
you're putting us in danger.
Still ask if she wants to be there testifying.
The Shantanth said, no.
I don't think what he's doing is okay.
Still follows up with Jam's wife
and says,
part.
Ashante says all of it.
Hmm.
Okay.
And it really...
Oh, so that's the last witness.
That's the last witness.
Because five was Sanjay Jane, who worked for Alamo.
Four was Jam's jailhouse girlfriend.
Two was Neighborhood Heroes Executive.
And the first was the person that worked with a big country, or big countries like
wife or widow or sister or something like that okay so look like the last witness is the wife
shit insane okay that's interesting which one called him a thief again or though a springfield
so we got springfield who's springfield again hold on okay springfield let me see let me see
who is springfield
Shea Springfield.
Oh, she dated Vaughn.
Okay, so we have Vaughn's girlfriend, OTF Jam's wife, OTF Jam's jail girl, neighborhood heroes guy, Sanchez from Alamo.
And then the top one was Big Country's sister.
Okay.
And that should be it.
should be it. That should be it. The government, the prosecutors might want to cross on this one,
but after that, it should be over. It should be over. It looks like it's going to be closing statements
on Tuesday. The judge is considering giving the jury tomorrow off because they're already
off on Monday, Monday's Labor Day. So the judge is considering given tomorrow off since they're a
little bit of, they're a little bit ahead of schedule. He also doesn't want possibly deliberations
to start then the long weekend. So the judge is thinking about giving a four-day weekend. So
Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, and they would come back Tuesday for closings and deliberations.
Okay. I don't know if this testimony helps, though. She's up there saying, I don't like what Jam is doing.
but she doesn't say, I don't like that he's lying.
She says, I don't like that he's telling people's business.
Well, that comes across to me as, oh, he's keeping, he's keeping a hundred.
He's snitching.
You're just saying you don't like that he's snitching.
But you're not saying you don't like that he's lying.
Okay?
By the way, big, big shout out to my man.

So you kind of watched that already.
You kind of watched everything.
What was Dirk's last interview?
It would be this, right?
I really started with life first.
I started trusting my instinct through life,
and it just started building.
So the type of music I make it, it'd be like,
no, I ain't going to say that, I'm going to say this,
or I'm going to change it.
On the desk, guys it?
Tempo, I'm going to change his beat up.
I don't want to say this, I don't want to disrespect this.
I'm like, I control myself now.
Instead of everybody around me, controlling me.
I've never been here before, but you hang out at this space a lot?
Yeah, it's a more chill spot.
Come to relax, I don't say, a lot of activities.
I know you like to hoops, so you're definitely playing ball in your hair, right?
Yeah, you got the baseball-cooked over there.
They got skating, boxing.
Do you skate, the skateboard ramp definitely makes me a little nervous?
No, I tried it, but I ain't, I don't hurt my heart.
I think that's that's smart. It's a nice little chill-out spot. I like it.
Media thing going on.
You mean like people getting the album cover tattooed on their arms?
Because that's pretty positive.
Yeah, when I seen that, I was like, whoa.
You know what I'm saying? And they had it like, made me wish that was my own cover.
Now, it's a great album cover and I just want to say congratulations because I know you've been working hard for so long.
And right now, everywhere I drive in New York, people have the windows roll down and they're
they're blasting all my life through the streets of New York.
It's pretty incredible.
That must feel amazing.
Yeah, shout of Jay Cole.
Yeah, like I say, that feeling just,
like even just to have that type of music out,
and I'm saying, just on the positive level,
it feels super, super good.
I know you're probably not spending your day-to-day
thinking about all the moves you've been making in the past,
but I want to take you back 10 years.
Do you remember what was going on in your life in 2013?
Because you also had, I would say,
pretty big breakout record for you at that point,
just saying what you want, but that was such a different time
period in your life.
At that point, you were talking about feeling stressed
that police were shutting down shows in your hometown
and now look where you are to have a track like all my life.
It must be kind of amazing looking back on a time like that.
Yeah, it's a lot change from then and now.
You can tell the big difference on just character,
the music, the beat selection, the entourage,
thrudge, like, everything has changed from that point, but that's where it started from.
Like, that's what I gave my motivation from.
At that point in your life, do you remember, like, what were you picturing your future
might be at that point?
I'm sure your ambitions and your goals have changed over time, but in 20...
Now, I need Durk in, like, 2024, man.
2024, Dirk.
I think that's when Dirk started getting paranoid, bro.
In 2024, I think he knew.
You remember this?
What's wrong, buddy?
Ain't shit.
Yo, niggas, I just want to address this, you know what I'm saying?

If I take out like I mean, my key, why I got killed I see that I was right that still can't believe it.
She turned me to a deep movie.
Nah, this is one of the saddest IG lives of all time when he found out that King Von died, bro.
King Vaughan got shocked.
Talk to it real fast.
I kind of the bitch is real fast.

We ain't my-as-go.
That shit was crazy, y'all.
That shit was crazy.
It's a little Dirk most disrespectful moments.
From sliding on ops to pressing one of young boys' fans.
These are Little Dirk's most disrespectful moments.
Now we got to start things off with the times little Dirk straight up humiliated
Cuando and his people.
Because after King Vind lost his life outside of a nightclub,
after getting into a fight with Cuando Rondo,
Cuando would start throwing shots at Dirk to try and trigger him.
In 2021, Cuando dropped the song Soul Reaper and Dis Vaughn in one line saying,
"'Rend up on me. Then we sprayed him.
I'm talking lights out.
We do the dash and the Durango jumped out with that pipe out, so tell him pipe down.
And in the music video, Cuando and his homies rob and knock off a little Dirk lookalike.
And at the time, Dirk was more focused on Young Boy than Cuando.
When Cuando linked up for the collab project with Young Boy,
he would continue sending more shots at Dirk on the track,
me dead because he raps my favorite out dead sister talk too much no for three people who
police say by the way ray and Jose thank y'all for the uh purchase on the site yo fuck with y'all free dirt
uh 30% off of check out the academy dot shop go run that shit up run it up people
at a savano rapper killing a member of his entourage it happened in los angeles and cameras captured
the aftermath wheno lost another homie to gun violence just a few days earlier and all the death
made him decide to leave the Crips for good.
And not too long when Dirk went on DJ Academics podcast,
he revealed that Cuando hasn't been dissing anymore after what happened to L'Opab.
He also says fans can't say slide for Vahn anymore due to L'Opav's death.
Slide for Varn, right?
Yeah.
They say you can't say that no more.
Why?
Oh, yeah, because of, wait, no, wait, no.
Like, who died?
You can't say that no more.
Oh, because of FG Cash?
Oh, who?
Nah, because Lil'Pab.
Fans assume that Dirk had something to do with Little Pab's death.
Dirk also did Quando again on his new song, Same Side, sang.
Your homie died.
You jumped in front of that fire.
Think you a lifesaver.
Y'all laugh when bro died.
When yo bro died, turned to a cry baby.
Dirk would also reveal in that interview that he and Vaughn used to little boy, Kondo, before all of the drama.
Quando's a little boy.
Well, I mean, that's right.
I used to have him.
I used to have him like this.
What you mean, Cuano?
Saying fuck 63rd, me and Vaughan.
Yeah, this video of this?
Come on, right now, see y'all.
That's how we're coming.
I'm gonna.
We got most of it is...
And we're on 64 with that shit.
I'm saying, though, that's 63rd.
Dirty a...
Dirty...
...one.
Mendo Rondo wasn't the only one.
Dirk had to get disrespect.
with for dissing King Vaughn because in early 2022, Dirk was going crazy performing at the
Oh My Festival in the Netherlands and everything was going good at first until one of NBA young
boys crazy fans in the crowd started dissing King Vaugh trying to gain clout. The fan was also
holding up a shirt with NBA young boy's face on it to trigger Dirk. So once Dirk saw the dude,
he told his security guards to bring the fan to the stage. And once they put him on stage,
Dirk exchanged a few words with him. After that, Dirk and his security would sling the dude off the stage
and say.
You can clearly tell the fan was embarrassed after what happened from the reaction on his face.
And a few days later, the fan went on Instagram and explained his side of the story.
So I went to him and he started talking about, he's a real gangbanging and sh-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-hank-he
a gangster and I can't do nothing to him.
And I told him, yeah, I represent, I have the shirt of NBA Youngboy, so what you're gonna
do about it, you know?
But what Dirk did to 6-9 was unforgettable, because 6-9 had been trying to troll Dirk and
Vaughn for years. At the time, they both would ignore 6-9 since they knew he would try to get
them arrested. But Dirk linked up with Drake in 2020, and they dropped the track name Laugh Now,
Cry Later Together. And on that track, Dirk finally decided to call out 6-9 saying,
Can you not play that little boy in the club? Because we do not listen to Rats.
Dirk was blackballing 6-9 with his bar since he dissed him on one of the biggest songs in the world,
and the beef would cool down a little, but in April, 2022, things would spark back up after
6-9 posted a video with a Dirk-a-like named Perkio. Perkio had already linked up with Dirk,
but he allegedly got set up to film a video with 6-9. In the clip, 6-9 pulls out a jacket and puts
it on Perkio on the back with a picture of King Von.
He's got a jacket.
You know what I'm saying?
The whole jacket.
Go on, go on.
Go on, just leave a jacket on you.
6-9 were going to send a ton of a lot.
more shots towards Dirk. And Dirk finally got tired of going back and forth with 6-9. So Dirk
uploaded his DMs with 6-9 on Instagram and revealed to 6-9 that he wanted to fight him.
The message said, I got 50 million my own money without help to fight you on TV in Dubai. We can
double the money three rounds. And 6-9 replied that he'd rather fight Dirk in a hotel room.
So Dirk exposed the D-Ms again, proving that 6-9 was scared to throw hands with him.
Dirk exposed 6-9 in this situation, proving he isn't hard.
But 6-9 isn't the only rapper that Dirk hates in disrespects for snitching,
because he also does the same with Gunna.
After Gunna got released from jail, everyone was excited.
But their emotions quickly took a turn after the media found out he took a deal to get release called an Alfred plea.
After the release, Gunna and his team instantly released statements,
where he explained out he wasn't snitching on the crew and working with the police.
But things said otherwise when a video was leaked of Gunna telling a prosecutor that YAS
is a gang. During the hearing, he was asked multiple questions about young thug, and Gunner said,
YSL is a music label and a gang, and you have personal knowledge that members or associates of
YSL have committed crimes and burdens of the game.
Yes, ma'am.
After the video leaked, fans and rap artists were pissed, since Gunner was making things worse for Thugger.
And Dirk would go on to this and disrespect Gunna after seeing that clip.
Because in a leaked snippet, Dirk disrespects Gunna, saying, what happened to verse.
He probably gonna tell.
He says it that way to reference his song with Gunna what happened to Virgil.
And on DJ Academics podcast, Dirk would mention Gunner snitching again and told him he should
have kept his mouth closed.
Do you believe that Gunna told?
That, that...
Man, I don't sit up and play games, man.
That man told...
You should have been there, I kept your mouth closed.
Subscribe right quick too, since I'm giving $100 to one person who subscribes in the next seven days.
But now, let's move on to when Dirk ban Cheez-
Keith Keefe from his own hood.
Dirk and Keith were known to be cool with each other and linked up on songs together.
But in 2013, they started beefing after Dirk got booked on the gun charge and Keith didn't bail him out.
In June 2013, the police allegedly caught Dirk throwing a strap out of his car.
So they booked him for unlawful possession of a firearm.
He needed 10 bands to get...
DW right, Vaughn did...
Wait, did he die the same day back in blood came out?
That's crazy.
That's crazy.
And 2G says, yo, two things.
All day your service has been asked.
second thing tell the judge suck his dick okay
all right all right
get out of jail
and everybody expected Keith to get him out
since he was a star at that point
but for some reason Keith didn't help him out
and that's when problems
Nikki Slips thank you for that

It appears that the day is going to be wrapping up pretty quickly.

No update from there.
Doing our rounds trying to get an update.

tired of seeing the video with the watermark all right let's go to kiwan white trial
You know the killer of Mo 3 was exposed to like his preference is transsexuals?
You know what that's that?
At this point.
The killer Mo 3, he prefers transsections.
Yo, this detective has been up there for dumb long.
This thing must be dropping 75, bro.
How long this thing is going to stay up there?
This thing must be dropping like 75 points.
She says you have a Gucci shoebox in it.
Is that right?
That's correct.
And then we also have
Another bag and a receipt
Is that right?
Yes
And then in 541
What are we looking at here?
Let me get like a little summary
What the fuck going on?
Sound like niggas is kind of like
Guilty man
Keywon White
Let's get the latest update
Does anybody have it
This was Kiwan White's like interrogation
Where supposedly like he kind of like it
Like confessed
Didn't he?
Then you try to take it back?
Is that there?
Yes.
All right.
But back in November of 2020, you were actually...
This is the killer who allegedly confessed to him.
Then that's when he broke down and told me that he had pulled up on side of him or whatever.
Rolled down the window, shot the gun at the car.
So that's when the car stopped or...
So look like they're chasing Mode 3 on the freeway.
They pull up next to him and they shot at his car.
Like, you know that frantic scene where apparently they shot at the car and Motrhi stops.
Motry wasn't no bitch.
Motory stops and I guess Motry had a gun.
Now, you know what's actually not known, chat?
Apparently Motry's car had a hidden compartment for the gun.
Look, Motry hidden compartment.
That's why people are like, why did he stop the car and run around?
around the car to try to get a gun if it's in the glove box.
Can't you just, I was thinking he was so fat.
He's not really fat, but he's kind of like fat, like skinny fat.
So I'm like, damn, he can't just reach over there, open the shit, and then grab his gun.
They say, you mean to tell me they didn't find the gun in Mo3 car until October,
nearly three years, whatever?
It was so well concealed that the ATF agent described it as inconvenient to reach if you needed it.
The gun was found under a carpet under the floorboard.
Oh, they're saying that's what the gun was.
That's what the gun was?
So a gun was found in Mow 3 car that he was driving the day.
He was killed nearly three years after the murder.
As the feds revealed in court that they had searched a car.
Oh, that's why it looked like he's, oh, shit.
Yeah.
Look, they found a gun in the car three years later?
What type of detective work is this?
So it looked like that's why he went over there
because it's under the floorboard.
But the niggas start busing.
You see that thing that start busing?
Mo 3 is kind of like whatever.
And this nigga, I ain't going to lie.
This nigga, he is.
He started running him down.
That everybody's been having.
Did Mo 3 have a gun?
Did rainwater move his gun?
Well, take his gun out the car.
A lot of people was going with that theory.
You had some people saying that some other people took it to his car
or it was locked away and he couldn't get to it.
However, it does look like we got certified evidence from the detectives and investigators that looked inside of Mo3's car whenever he was deceased and they made it clear they found a gun in a car.
So Mo3 did have a gun in a car.
Also, people was wondering whenever Mo3 left that apartment, I guess left Joshy's apartment,
approximately 20 seconds later, the Black Camero leaves behind.
And so that means they were sitting on Mo3 the entire time.
and here goes the video.
So in 620, we have a good gold car leaving at 11, 4519.
And 6.41 black car leaving about 20 seconds.
Now, again, you were not a fact witness on this case.
Now, listen, after seeing that actually happen,
now people is coming back and they're actually saying,
hold up, hold up.
It's what that girl said on the stand true, right?
That's the question, at least from the comment section.
Like, for instance, I see somebody to come in.
and says that girl was in on it.
Everything that woman said was a dang lot, shake my head.
So, but it will be, I'm going to keep it a hundred.
I don't think they would think as far as to, like, fake the text messages and all this stuff
like that, because that would be him accepting some sort of admission in a way, right?
Or insinuating some type of sort of admission.
However, we'll just, like I say, let the courts work it all out.
So, Mo three.
Is that correct?
Great.
And he mentioned that he had done that work on the rap nigger on the freeway.
Is that correct?
Correct.
When you say work, what does that mean?
I'm going to object to the speculation of what that means.
Your Honor, he knows.
If you know, people don't answer if you don't know.
I mean, sound like he said he killed.
I'm justing speculation, Your Honor.
Oh.
I'm sorry.
You can answer that.
I said, it sounds like that means he killed him.
To me, that's what it sounds like.
Okay.
And were you aware of Mothra being murdered on the freeway?
Is that right?
Yes.
And so...
I know somebody I'm going to submit that.
So, like, I'm going to play it again.
This is the nigger who was friends with Kiwan White.
He said Qon White just told him what happened.
And this is how he told him.
You ain't got no money?
He would like shit.
Right here, right.
So he was like, it wasn't smaller than the Draco he had or whatever.
And what happened with that gun?
We were just sitting there talking or whatever, and I was telling him that I had just got it or whatever.
And I liked how to smile and what it had on it.
And he good with guns, so he was messing with it.
He was like, it's pretty small, but it's not smaller than my little Draco I had.
Okay.
And you said it's not smaller than the Draco he had.
Yeah.
All right. And did the conversation continue?
Yeah, we finished talking.
And what else did you all continue to talk about?
So he was like, it wasn't smarter than to Draco. He had or whatever.
And he was just like, whenever he'd get his money, he was going to get him another one.
So then from there, he was kind of excited.
So I'm like, like, nigga, what money are you talking about?
He was like, oh, you don't know, do you?
I don't know what's talking about it.
He was like, I was the one that did they work on.
that rattling on the freeway.
I'm like, how do you do that on the freeway?
Then that's when he broke down and told me
that he had pulled up on side of him or whatever.
Rolled down the window, shot the gun at the car.
So that's when the car stopped or...
And then Buddy hopped out.
He said, when he hopped out,
he already figured that he had him.
So he jumped out, fire a couple shots at him.
So Buddy took out.
So we get to find out that the gun that,
O3 had the reason why I stopped.
He was trying to get to it, but it's underneath, like, the carpet,
like in kind of like a hidden compartment.
Running, chase him down.
It's just not accessible while he's driving.
Fires some other shots, he was like,
when he shot him, he knew he was like,
when he fired a couple more shots, he looked like he shot him in the ass or something.
There's one buddy field.
He stood over, shot him some more, and got away.
So after that,
I tell you, I'm like, man, you did all that.
on the freeway or whatever and he ain't got no money he was like shit he wasn't tripping
why I went tripping on the money or whatever so after that I tell him like that ain't
high as opposed to go the nigga if you're gonna get out and do some work and you need to
get paid least some of half of some of your honor I would just object to the narrative
I can ask that question um now
Mr. Bradley, I actually want to go back.
You stated that, and I quote,
that there was a conversation between you and the defendant,
is that correct?
Great.
And he mentioned that he had done that work
on the rap nigger on the freeway.
Is that correct?
Correct.
When you say work, what does that mean?
I'm going to object to the speculation of what that means.
Your Honor, you know.
If you know, people don't answer if you don't know.
I mean, sound like he said he killed.
Objecting special.
Speculation, Your Honor.
Oh.
I'm sorry, you can answer that.
I said it sound like they mean he killed him.
To me, that's what it sounds like.
Okay. And were you aware of Mowdry being murdered on the freeway?
Is that correct?
Yes.
Yes.
And so did your mind immediately go to that?
What you mean?
Did you, as soon as he said that, did your mind go to November 11th?
Oh, yeah.
With Mo'Ree.
That's all in the rap.
I know that I got killed on the freeway.
Okay.
And so you said that the defendant then began to explain kind of in detail what happened.
Is that right?
Correct.
And so the first part, he kind of told you how it started, how the shooting started.
Is that correct?
Correct.
And what did he say as far as how the shooting started?
He just told me he rolled down the window and fired a couple of shots at the car.
And they made the car slow down and eventually stopped.
And once the car stopped, he knew he.
out. So my buddy went around to the side of the car. He fired a couple more shots and made him
take off running. Then after that he chased him down. He shot him. He said when he shot him, he
thought him in the ass or something. That's when he fell, stood over, shot him, and got away.
And so as it related to the money portion, did he indicate that he was waiting on?
You see that little smirk on his face?
Saddish.
A nigga with that smirk right there?
Yes.
And trying to get his money for the work that he had done.
Correct.
And when we're talking about work
would be the murder of Melbourne, Melvin.
Correct.
And what did he say he was going to do with his money
when he, after he received his money?
He didn't really say he just told me.
He only put our rooms.
is he was going to get him another gun.
Okay.
Tough.
Yeah, he was going to use the money to buy another gun?
And that's a real killer.
The triptop part about it, the killer, like, he like transsexuals.
Like, actually, not like, just saying it.
And at that point, did you all continue to have any conversations
as it related to where the payment was coming from
or who the payment was coming from?
Um, after that,
The only thing I remember is he had mentioned that he had to reach out to
Bodega and tell Bodega to spread the word that if he didn't get his money,
then one of them is going to be next.
And who did you understand he wanted to be referred to?
I'm an object to the speculation of that.
I'm asking who he believed.
If you know, you don't know.
I don't know exactly who he was talking about,
but I mean.
I'm going to object, Your Honor.
He said he does not know who he was talking about.
And based off of that, well, let me ask there a different way.
What was Bodega and Key One's relationship at the time?
That was cool, I guess.
What about Key One's relationship with Jerry?
They have a strong relationship.
And when you say a strong relationship, describe that.
for him? I mean, Jerry would do whatever he could for him and he called Jerry as Pops. I don't know
what that was, but that's a strong relationship to me. Okay, he would refer to Jerry. He won
would refer to Jerry as his pops. Right. All right. Do you know whether or not Kewan and Yala
had a relationship? I don't think so. Not from my knowledge.
far as Jerry and yellow they were pretty close is that correct
correct both day that's the middle band and Jerry and yellow were pretty pretty
close correct correct and based off of that relationship of he one wanting to
reach out to both day your who did you believe only you and don't speculate
who did you believe that he won was referred to and I
Just subject to the speculation, he answered that question and already indicated that he did.
That's the answer. Yeah, that's the fact.
She's trying to get him to say yellow be.
I was trying to get him to say yellow-bees.
I have any sense impression based off of the conversations that he's having with Mr. White directly in that moment.
On what his belief is.
And again, Your Honor, I believe the witness has answered this line of questioning and said he didn't know.
So he can't now say that he knows something.
That would be speculation.
Your Honor, if I may, just briefly.
My, and one of you needs to be saying that.
My, I was trying to develop that testimony a little bit more before I asked that question.
Okay.
And last thing before we get back to the eye of the trial.
So this is the detective kind of giving the timeline of this like beef.
Okay.
detectives learned that the vehicle that was driven and used to shoot Roy Lee came back, registered to Melvin Noble's head of security.
Yeah, so basically, Yellow Beezzi gets shot up, and he got shot up, and the car that was seen during the shooting, the registration came back to Melvin Noble as Mo 3.
So Mo3 security supposedly shot Yellow Beezie.
I think the vehicle used to shoot Yellow Beezzi was connected to Moebrooky security guard.
I'm sorry.
If I say that, I'm sorry.
The vehicle that was used to shoot Marquis Conway was registered to Melbourne Noble's head of security, Sean Griffin.
Okay, Sean G.
Sean G.
Thank you.
What about the similarities between that shooting and the capital murder of Melvin Noble?
There was a lot of similarity.
They both took place on our highway.
Both rappers were assaulted in ambush.
What was the significant feat with the song 219 as it related to this investigation and the events leading up to this ultimate capital murder of Melvin Noble?
One, Melvin Noble in this song dedicated to Roy Lee, who was deceased a few months prior.
It was released and titled.
It was released in February a couple of days after Roy Lee's birthday.
It was titled 219, which is Roy Lee's birthday.
He took responsibility in some form for the shooting of Yellow Beezie on the towway,
and he also referenced money being placed on his head.
The events surrounding unruly citizens, why was this relevant to the investigation and to the charges of capital murder?
The unruly citizens live videos, the arrest video, it all took place based on them being on the same show car.
There was a few going on in this documents words from their own mouths about how they feel about each other and the beef going on.
These videos are accurate representations of what the atmosphere was like in 2020.
It's coming straight from the mouths of the individuals involved in this beef.
It's not law enforcement type in narratives.
This is coming from the person that paid for Mothre's death and the victim.
August 7th, 2019, the significance, what was it the significance with the DJ Glad interview with Marquis Conno?
That video, again, was significant because it sets the tone, the energy.
the atmosphere for what was going on during this time period.
Is this some summary shit?
Marky's Tomway's own personal words that he's going to get his lick back and he's not willing
to move past being shot.
And as it relates to, you're not going to say you've shot me and then just get by,
Scott free?
It goes back to 219.
Mo3 talked about Yellow Beezzi being shot in 219.
Yellow Beezzi is saying, by the way, once again, thank you.
Y'all running it up on this merch.
Listen, the academy.
That shop.
Shameless plug, but it is what it is.

Use code free dirk for 30% off.
If you do it while I'm on stream, I'll give you a shout out.
I'm seeing all the updates come in or whatever.
Yeah, so let me just play this.
So this is the detective who kind of like,
covered this whole thing for like years.
Just let him break down how this beef escalated.
And then we're going to go for some updates.
We got some updates on, um, on a Dirk shit, but we've been waiting.
I'm not letting it go.
The rainwater assault at V Live and the civil suit filed by rainwater on February 20th
and the song Keep in the streets on February 25th, 2020.
What is the significance and relevance?
as it relates to your investigation
in the facts and evidence in this case?
The facts that were significant in my investigation
is that, again, another public feud involving
members from these entourage, these camps.
Bro, what's up, gang?
It was assaulted.
It was his manager.
And this is something, again,
we have an incident where we have words coming straight
from yellowie.
My shit disconnect?
We have actions coming straight from Yelabuzi,
and it's violence.
It's not gun violence, but it's violence.
It also, to keep it in the streets, keeps the narrative going that nobody's going to talk to the police.
We're going to handle it in the streets, and I have young shooters willing to run you down.
We didn't talk about this when we played the videos of Marquis Conway getting into a vehicle saying, I beat him up.
Did you see the vehicle in that video?
Yes, I did.
What type of vehicle is that?
It's a matte black bulletproof GMC denoulli.
So bulletproof denoulli?
Yes.
And whose vehicle is that bulletproof denoulli?
Marquise Conway.
What's the significance of the bulletproof denoulli?
His vehicle got shot on the towway, riddled with bullets,
and so now he's riding in protection based on the ongoing situation.
May 8th, 2020, the song on your head,
from the album
My Brother's Keeper
with Traveport.
This song is significant
because the two individuals
that put the song out
both have been involved
for several months
in a public feud
with the victim.
And this song, they're saying
there's money on your head.
They are describing
paying people
for committing acts of violence,
namely murder.
Damn.
There's a lyric
that's on its side.
says 10 bands are something or other.
Do you remember that there?
Yes.
And what was that there specifically?
It's a lot of money to someone who's never had it.
October 31st, 2020.
That is the performance that we just watched with the shooter
and the person that financed the murder
standing on stage together several days before the murder.
Then, of course, we have the murder on November 11th.
2020. And again, this is almost over. I know they're not just posted. The travel that
came back in the American Airlines records and the hotel records for Conway. The travel for,
let's start with travel. What does the travel tell you, why was the travel in the American Airlines
records for Conway DeVarious Moore and Deodor Thomas important and significant to your
investigation. It showed a pattern that Conway was already in Los Angeles. Moore went to Los
Angeles a couple of days after the shooting. They were in California together. They traveled back
in a short period together, back to Dallas, and that's when the text messages communicating started
coming together for the payment. And you said traveled back together. They traveled back
separately on different days, but they both came back within a day of each other. So,
Yes, within a short time period, they came back to Dallas. And also during that time period,
Conway, he planned an unexpected trip back to Dallas. Those tickets were not purchased
while he was, they weren't pre-planned. They were planned shortly before his travel back.
What about the wandering hotel records?
Plans have been made by Marquis Conway, the hotel room.
was booked for I believe approximately 26 days, something like that, of straight
residency at their hotel. So no hotel room was checked out of. The hotel room was
continued to be paid for and occupied while he made plans to come back to Dallas for
those two days. So it let me know that wasn't a plan trip. What about the withdrawal
when he gets back to that withdrawal was made? That was one of the
The first things that he did when he got back.
Really?
He went to the bank.
I think that it was actually the second thing.
The first thing was picked up as Denali from a hard dealership in Fort Worth.
That's correct.
And after picking up the bulletproof denoulli, he was $40,000 cash.
Yes.
And then we start to see into the 21st and 22nd the text messages.
Yes.
I say text messages.
I cloud messages and cell phone extraction messages.
What is the significance and relevance to this investigation as it relates to this defendant and Marquis Conway in those messages?
The organization that it took for this to happen.
You're right. There was no direct messages between Marquis Conway and the shooter,
but there are several other people in between them.
And the way that they coordinated the movements was through the telephone.
Through messages that were captured in the eye cloud returns.
He's breaking down why some murder.
higher through text messages coordination of certain locations for people to meet up and it was i guess
until yellow bezi trial comes around we're not going to get a clear reason why yellow bezi took out to 40
000 right i'm pretty sure he's gonna have he's gonna have to have some type of reason maybe he's reason is
you i was going to the strip club i took out 40 000 not to pay a shooter done to keep people part there was
no big meet up party for all five or six of us to meet at the same location i'll meet you
here, I'll meet you here, I'll meet you here. And they did that to keep each other isolated.
That was a layer of insurance for Conway. Because if police get on Kiwan White, they didn't want to
leave a trail back to Yellowbezi.
About the firearm that was arrested with in Mouth Pleasant, do you know when that was purchased?
Yes, on November 22nd, 2020.
And you know where that was purchased? From a gun show.
Do you remember what city of that gun show was up?
I don't remember right now.
Mesquite, is that sound right?
It sounds familiar.
Out east, though, right?
Yes.
Supposed to be objecting to half of this shit.
What?
He used to feed them the answers.
And the gun that was used was never recovered, correct?
That's correct.
The Camara that was used in this murder for hire was never found, correct?
That's correct.
In fact, based off all the surveillance of you and all of those certain ones you've written,
no videos, no photos or anything of them again. Is that fair?
That's true.
What about the defendant going to Manhattan Jewelers on the 22nd?
He purchased GRC chain and made a down payment on other items.
You got to go copping the chain after the murder, bro.
Was that significant and relevant to you in this investigation?
Because he was broke before.
Prior to this event, he didn't have.
the money to purchase those things.
Yeah. All right. Let me go to
Denot real quick. Chat.
My internet's killing me today, bro.
I really don't know what it is, bro.
It's fucking killing me today.
It's like torched my entire stream.
Let's get the update from Denot.
Chicago rappers, self-employed since 2009.
Mostly he deal with the urban space creators.
He never has been convicted of a crime.
He has known Dirk for 13 years.
Dirk is a client and they're good friends.
He does branding as well as messages to fan bases.
Now, on August of 20 of 2022, which is the day after LeTem was, excuse me, LePad was murdered,
Jay got married in Cabo, Mexico.
He invited Dirk and his wife, and a lot of people would come with Dirk,
meaning that if Dirt attended this wedding, a lot of people,
people would be traveling with with dirt and wouldn't have the need for flights dirt didn't go to his
wedding he found out dirt would not be attending his wedding around the 18th or the 19th of august
two thousand and twenty two exhibit 118 is shown page four is a screenshot august 19 2020 is a message
that dirt text jason smith a ola one of the two and it says tell jay congratulations on the wedding
This is the day before the wedding.
Then page two exhibit,
Dirk texts, don't book no flights with nobody involved with me.
The government objected and it was sustained,
but the cat was already out of the bag.
Then a photo of Jay's wedding promotion for August 20 of 2022
at 5 p.m. at a beach in Cabo, Mexico.
Jay also testified that he believed dirt did not.
I don't think it's security.
I think it's just fans trying to hear what happened.
I want to attend his wedding because it was posted
and it was out in the open in CAVO and dirt just had security issues.
Jeremy says artists change their phone numbers all the time and it's not unusual.
And then Brian Stills said no more questions for this witness.
The government, they waived their right to cross-examine.
And Brian Stills immediately asked if Jay can remain in the courtroom.
The court said yes and then we took a lunch break.
Chicago rapper.
Okay.
By the way, again, real quick.
Shout to Peyton and also Derek, man.
I see I running that shit up on there.
Michael, my boy, crazy order.
I love what you doing.
Thank you.
He designed programs.
Okay, okay.
Did I start wrong?
This is part one.
This is part two, right?
He designed programs and helped people start non-profit organizations.
He received a medal for a lifetime freedom of
Achieving the War in 2003 from Joe Biden.
He has known Dirk for nine years.
He helped Dirk launch his nonprofit.
Kevin is not employed by Dirk and never received any profits from Dirk.
Then they went to October to 13, 2004 through October 16th,
2004.
Kevin was with Dirk in London when the NFL flew over there and they did a display game
with the Chicago Bears, I believe.
When Dirk came back to a man.
They seized his phone on October to 16,
2004 through Customs.
And then on October to 24th,
2000,
early that morning,
Kevin spoke with Dirk Banks and an attorney from Chicago.
They also spoke with Jason Smith.
Kevin's conversation with Jason Smith,
Dirk, and Attorney Brayman.
And during that conversation,
Kevin said that he told Dirk...
No, OTF Jams' wife was a secret witness,
It's not, yes, King Von Big Mama did testify, but O'TEM Jam's wife was a secret witness.
To lay low because he suspected that the feds were bust into Dirk's house.
Then they got a turn in Brayman involved because the feds took his phone on the 16th.
Just eight days prior to everybody getting raided.
Kevin said he didn't want Dirk kids exposed to the federal investigation and the raid at his home with his wife and kids.
Kevin already knew that Jason Smith was raided.
Kevin testified that he did not encourage or assist Dirk with fleeing the country.
But he also told him to get away from his wife and kids so that they didn't experience any raid.
Kevin told him to prepare to turn himself in in case he has a warrant.
And then Kevin's last four digits, his phone number is called out in court.
It's 8484.
than it is shown of his phone record, Exhibit 379.
Kevin talked to Dirk at 12, 13 p.m.
And had several phone calls with Dirk and other calls that were jointly.
And there was no cross-examination, not of either of these witnesses, not of Tanya nor Kevin.
And immediately, Drew Stills asked the court if Kevin can stay in the courtroom.
And the court said on record that, yes, Kevin can stay in the courtroom.
know that you cannot call him back as a witness, nor can the government because they even
waived their right and cross-examination. So every single thing these witnesses are saying is being
taken as factual and not contested. Then there was another witness being called Jay Mercano,
Brian Stills again with the with the examination. This is Jay. He's 46 years old, raised by a single
mom currently lives in Orlando, Florida with his wife and three-year-old son. He graduated,
and specializes in entertainment.
He designed programs and help people start non-profit organizations.
I'm going to go to part three.
Chicago rappers, self-employed since 2009.
Mostly he deal with the urban space creators.
He never has been convicted of a crime.
He has known Dirk for 13 years.
Dirk is a client and they're good friends.
He does branding as well as messages
to fan bases.
Now, on August of 20 of
2022, which is the day
after LeTam was
excuse me, LePad was murdered,
Jay
got married in Cabo, Mexico.
He invited Dirt
and his wife, and a lot of people
would come with Dirt, meaning that if
Dirt attended this wedding, a lot of
people would be traveling with Dirt
and wouldn't have the need
for flight. Wait, wait, wait, we watched it already.
What's up? It's your board to not
Day 11 at the Little Dirk trial. I have my buddy Chris here. Go ahead and tell him your social
media. Have the real Chris on. Make sure you guys follow him. Support every content creator out
here. Listen, the government has closed their case. And now Dirk is bringing on witnesses.
And it is looking great. So the first witness Dirk brought up was is Tanya Joneken.
Tanya Joneken is a retired commander, ex-Navy. She served in senior leadership positions with the
Department of Homeland Security. She worked for 27 years as a federal government agent, received
top medals throughout her career. She testified.
Let me put City National real quick, man. Here we go. All right, so Lord Dirk officially
rest his side of his shit. We had King Vines' baby mama come through. We had Jim's wife come
through. We had, ah, shit. Record exists. We had
I ain't going to say certain people's names because I'm pretty sure they don't want their names out there, bro.
And we had a music executive come out and say some fascinating stuff.
And I'm going to make this real quick.
The last witness was Dirk's engineer.
And Dirk's engineer was so honest that people are going to say that it's to a fault.
And I would get it because the way that the fed started that they were cooking, bringing in all these songs,
really for replay value and saying, oh, you know, Dirk said he's subliminal.
He wants to hurt Cuando Rondo and all this stuff and everything.
All right, cool.
But he starts saying, yeah.
And some of you'd be like, nah, nash, he should have been like, no, no, no, no, no.
Hell not, hell now.
No.
Because if he tell the truth about that, then he's telling the truth about what happened
in that plane ride, that car ride and what happened at home.
See, the feds get so arrogant like many of us men do that we think that what we're doing right
we actually could be doing wrong.
The fed should have just left his ass alone.
But the feds decided to say, no, we're going to cross him.
And they crossed him with the songs and try to get him to describe certain lyrics.
He describes certain lyrics, but also at the same time,
it sounds like it's so against little dirt.
But he's not falling for the bullshit.
He's being honest.
And within his honesty, that means that he's honest about it all.
And that's the part where the fed's missed today.
The feds would have had an all right moment because of my opinion, bro, it's all going to fall to the damn closing arguments.
To me, this whole entire thing, you didn't catch so many feds lying, catch a sassy attitudes and all this shit.
It's all going to boil down to who has the best closing argument.
And they're going to have to argue certain exhibits let in, certain other things let in.
And the feds are arguing about this freaking call that they really want let in.
If the feds think that they have a bombshell, we're going to see.
But this right here, I'm going to be honest with it.
Right now, if they get a mistrial, I'm going to be pissed off.
Could Dirk basically walk home?
Yeah.
Would Dirk get found guilty?
I don't believe that.
But could it happen?
Absolutely.
Let me not even play with y'all on some books like that.
Could he be found guilty?
Yeah.
And setting that is hard of hearts.
What he didn't go happen?
Unfortunately, bro, it'll be a mistrial if we judge today.
And I need y'all to understand.
I go by hour by hour.
So that's what we're on.
All right, so a little dirt, fish.
Okay.
I mean, I can't really get a sense of how's it looking, y'all?
How's it looking?
It appears that both sides have ended with presenting their case.
The next step is going to be closing statements.
Seems like it's going to be closing statements.
So the defense fully rested, Dirk Banks, DeAndre Wilson, and Dedey will not
testify. They all will not testify, so they've gone over that. It's official. It is now
tested. The mother of King Vaughn's child, Shaquima Springfield, she did testify, the wife of Casey Hester,
aka OTFJM. They have both testified for the defense, and Dirk's team has rested, okay?
Finland was asking Shikima, okay? Shikima is Vons Bay moms. Have you ever heard any conservation of
Dirk Bank saying he was Sikh?
Revenge for King Vaughn?
No.
Did you reach out to Vani?
Yes.
He told you what happened.
He told me not to worry about it.
He will take care of it.
By the way, that's when you're going to hear.
So she's the one, the baby moms of King Vaughn who says,
Vonny's a liar and they kind of almost.
What's up with this service, bro?
Let me go to this thing.
Is anybody admitting that this is going on?
Bro, it's not even my ear in that, though.
I'm telling you.
Yeah, I don't know.
I don't know
I feel like I'm taking a hell today man
There's so much dropouts with this fucking thing
I even switch servers
So I use like this multi-streamer
I think that's what it is
It's not my computer
It's not my service
I think I'm streaming through a multi-streamer
So I stream to them
And then they stream
I think
Okay
I don't nasty shit I'm gonna tell them on
All right so they're probably gonna stay in court for a while
I'm pretty sure
Uh
Pretty sure Traplores are gonna stay in
court as well. The reason why they're going to sort out a bunch of stuff, right?
Like everything else except jury instructions. They're going to sort out, okay, anything else
needs to be admitted or all the exhibits fine. How long are each person going to take on closing?
You know, so closing happens where the government goes first, then Dirt's lawyer, Dede's lawyer,
Lindsay's lawyer, and then there is a rebuttal. And that's where you get the government
goes for a limited amount of time. And after that is jury instructions and then deliberation.
it appears that they're going to give the jury tomorrow off.
And, you know, if they get off tomorrow, I'll be here because today's been,
it's been just such a, just such a trash stream in terms of us losing connection.
But like, this is upsetting.
I'm not going to lie.
It's really upsetting.
Okay.
I'm trying to look up a lot of videos of Dirk from like 2023 or 2024.
I felt like, I feel like Dirk, he was going through the most.
Muslim stuff so crazy then.
Let me see.
Dirk.
IG Live 2024.
Okay.
So this was,
uh,
this was like two months before he got locked up.
When did you get locked up?
You got locked up,
um,
October?
Yeah.
This is two months before he got locked up.
It felt like Dirk was spending more time with family.
Right before he went in.
Less times with the guys.
Okay.
This is like less than a month before he went in.
Once again, he's with his, is with his wife.
He's with his wife.
This is him.
Wait, Dirk in the commercial plane.
What you're doing there?
Huh?
This plane going on here.
Walk up to me to get a pigeon.
Oh, actually, this is the plane going to the UK.
Yeah, look at the time.
The date.
No, no, no, it's not.
No, it's not.
Yeah, every video you see him within 2024, he's with his wife.
No more with the guys, man.
You can tell me he started separate himself from the guys.
He started praying more.
He started going live.
superlopalum
super locked into his religion
man shot to smirk man
super duper locked into his religion by then
any more IG Lodge from 2024
I don't know if maybe like he was making up for lost time too man
I'm guessing probably in 2024, he probably realized, man, he spent a lot of time hanging in random hoods when he was a millionaire with random niggas, man.
While his beautiful wife at home, his beautiful kids at home, he was hanging out with a bunch of just shooters and killers.
This is birthday dinner.
I ain't going to show you, Jason.
That boy, he's working out like a motherfucker.
I hear we got an update.
By the way, thank you to
Isaiah and Derek.
Y'all run it up on there, man.
Listen, go to the academy.com.
Right now.
I'm going to give you a shout-out, too.
30% off for anything you cop.
Just use code free dirk.
Not even this 10%.
No, do you use this 10%.
Free dirk, 30%, right?
All right.
Let's go to Traplor Ross, huh?
Let's hear these updates.
No, y'all lied to me.
Yeah, told me he had an update.
Maybe it was a tweet.
trapboard us
okay we do have a couple of tweets
James wife says
his 15 year old son
has disowned him for snitching
bro do they think that dumb shit's gonna work bro
you think you're gonna convince a bunch of white people
who are there to like get justice
that because his wife looks down on him
for snitching like again
I think that might encourage the jury
to think all right yeah what he's doing
is dishonorable but he's telling the truth
It was an insane moment.
When J.M. Wife took the stand, she basically called him out for snitching and the government clapped back,
basically made her look like one of the gang members.
She said her cousin is THF Little Law, and he's a minister in the BDs too.
She was flustered and said she didn't know.
Jam's wife said his 15-year-old son disown him for snitching.
King Vaughn's baby mama Kima claimed that Vani lied about Dirk being at Vaughn's house with Oblot members,
planned to kill Kondo after Vaughn died.
She said she flew out, stayed there, the whole.
whole time and never saw Dirk at the house once.
Claim Vani told her he would take care of Cuando.
Ooh.
So King Vaughan Baby Mama is trying to literally basically say, yo,
Vani told me he was going to take care of it.
They said it was going to plan the murder of Cuando.
When I go there, Dirk not there.
It's Vani.
He planned it.
Jam's wife had the whole courtroom in shock.
She claimed she had no idea Jam played guilty to three murders.
Denied there was ever a phone call asking Jam to fly from L.A.
from Booneymo to Jam while they were in the car with the son.
That's what Jam said.
He was in the car with her and his son.
And it looked good until the government responded.
FBI contacted Jam's wife saying he was thinking of them and the kids.
She replied, he ain't thinking about us on a stand,
telling them people's business.
That shit ain't okay.
This was a bad look when they pressed her.
They said, who are them people?
Them people is the defendants.
So her trying to come off as anti-snitch makes it look like Jam is telling the truth, actually.
Government said to Jam's wife, is Jam a black disciple?
She flipped out and refused to answer.
I don't want to answer.
I don't know.
They asked, is he a gang member?
She paused and said no.
They said, you pause.
She got flustered and said, I could pause.
The government attacked saying her other baby daddy was Darius from a gang called Crazyville.
She says, I don't know.
They said, you're a cousin little little little.
law is in a gang too. She panicking said, that's not why I'm here. What's going on? The feds
asked if little law, big dad, big law was a black disciple. She said, I don't know. I'm
testifying for myself. It's a prosecution threw her in a blender by basically saying she's
damn their indoctrinated to gang culture. That's why she's speaking out against jam, because
in gang culture, snitching is not cool. She's not here to say, oh, he's lying and he's not
telling the truth. Government and asked Jam's wife if someone had put a note on her car saying
rats got to die. She denied it. And government
reminders, she's on her oath. She says, I don't
know if it was someone, if it was
someone's car. Also admitted that
it's sad when you watch
Dirk Prane. It's like he kind of
knew something was coming, man.
He kind of knew something was coming.
He kind of knew something was coming, y'all.
What's this?
You better
how your gun for me.
Better how you go for me. Better how you go for
see. You don't believe me you're going to see.
You're going to end up by that tree.
No, that we did.
Laugh car.
Sure.
What I say? It's laugh of car.
On June 30th, 2026,
Lill Dirk was exposed for using Instagram Live as a live action alibi
when crimes he was tied to got committed.
A viral tweet read,
Investigators found interesting evidence against Lowell Dirk.
Noticing a trend when OTF members or OBLUK members committed a crime,
Lowell Dirk happened to be on IG Live every time.
Crimes committed while Dirk was on live,
Stefan MacBank.
passing, FBG Duck passing, FBG Cash passing,
Wondo Rondo's Georgia incident, not the LA one,
as well as King Vaughn's passing,
as the moment each of them were taken...
Wait, are they trying to say Dirk just got on Instagram Live
to get an alibi while the shooters are sliding?
Now, Lowell Dirk was on Instagram Live,
with the most concerning evidence coming out
regarding the passing of King Vaughn and Lowell Dirk's ties to it,
but more on that later.
Because on August 4th, 2020, at around 4.10 p.m., FBG Duck and his girlfriend would park on Oak Street,
stepping out of their car and getting in line for a luxury store.
Not knowing at the same time, cameras on the south side would catch several men sprinting down a stairwell inside a parkway gardens,
where two cars would pull out from the parking lot and a Ford Fusion and a Chrysler 300.
City cameras and license plate readers would follow the car's path through at least seven spots as they would head towards the Gold Coast.
26 p.m., both cars would stop in front of FBG Duck's girlfriend's sedan. Two people would hop out of the
fusion and light up the scene. Two more would jump out of the Chrysler and follow suit. FBG Duck
and another person would dive behind a car, but it would be too late. While his girlfriend is hit
in the wrist, FBG Duck would be hit three times. Then in about 15 seconds, everything was done.
Witnesses say it sounded like a firing range, but then only five minutes later, something
very strange would happen. OTF rapper Lowell Dirk would hop on IG
sitting outside of a private jet smiling while the entire chat would comment about FBG Duck.
See your fan, make a plan while I'm going to mail.
39 years I heard grand sale.
Boy getting money right up.
Hey, you got the lawyer, oh, man, man.
That's all, man, we take a place jet life.
Days later, King Vaughn would even be interviewed by DJ academics where this was his reaction.
Were you saddened by the news that he would...
Man, I heard.
I didn't go to sleep that night.
I can't believe that.
Hold on, man.
Let's talk about some other...
Investigators counted roughly 38 shell casings where sadly FBG Duck passed away.
But then another FBG member would be targeted named Cash.
Because on June 10th, 2020 at around 5.30 a.m.,
FBG Cash is driving through Chicago's Auburn neighborhood with a woman sleeping
in the passenger seat. The two made their way down West 81st Street, where a black Cadillac
would suddenly cut them off. Two men jumped out and immediately opened fire. The incident lasts
only a few seconds, where FBG Cash is hit 13 times on the driver's side of the vehicle.
His passenger is also hit in the arm and upper back. Police later recovered 23 shell casings
from the scene. FBG Cash attempted to escape, but then he would collapse right in the middle of
the street. He would be quickly picked up by an ambulance and rushed to a local medical center.
where he later passed at just 31 years old.
But once again, fans would get a notification on their phones,
alerting them that Lil Durk hopped on IG Live.
You better have your go for me.
That was not around that same time.
Right?
That was not around that same time.
Was it?
Cashed out in the morning.
It's no way Dirk was on live this early.
This cap.
This video's cap.
How you go for morning?
Better how you gonna see.
You don't believe me you're gonna see.
You're gonna end up by that tree.
You know that we did it.
I got my g-a-bonna, they call him chief.
We should have killed him soon, because he'll be.
Lowell Dirk went on Instagram live at 5.45 in the morning.
FBG Cash was targeted at 5.30.
In the Instagram Live,
Lowell Dirk's friend that's sitting right beside him says,
You know we did it.
However, many believe Cash had become one of the biggest remaining
faces at FBG after the passing of Brick and Duck.
Were only a few weeks prior to him passing, he released a disc track aimed at rival
groups that Lowell Dirk was a part of.
But we even saw videos uploaded to YouTube on the day Cash passed with the title reading,
Louis Dirk celebrating FBG Cash at the same time, referring to the day of his passing.
But to understand what Lowell Dirk did in King Vaughn's passing, it's important to know
what happened to Stefan Mack, aka the man who's responsible for Lowell Dirk's brother D.
thing passing away. It reads, quote,
Louis Dirk has been indicted with another M for hire charge for the passing of
a Stefan Mack. It is believed that Mack was targeted as revenge for the passing of
Dirk's brother D. Thang. With the court file reading,
the government has informed defense counsel that it is considering filing supplemental
charges by June 3rd. The new charges would add two alleged incidents as direct evidence
where Lill Dirk would be snitched on by the man who actually did the crime. He was fooled
while inside a jail by a federal informant reading,
DJ Academics reveals that one of Lowell Dirk's alleged members confessed to a cellmate,
who was reportedly an undercover informant that Dirk paid him to retaliate for D-thang who passed.
He gets locked up in a cell, and they give him a cellmate.
7th, 2022 passing is Stefan Mack,
who was targeted shortly after he exited the youth east center of Roseland on West 111st Street.
At the time of his passing, according to the FBI,
die, Stefan Mack was the leader of the Smashville faction of the gangster disciples.
But history would continue, as right when Stefan Mack had passed,
Little Dirk posted a video to his Instagram story laughing.
This doesn't really seem to be connected to the past.
Is that true?
Asking a Stefan Mack, right?
Only 15 minutes later, one hour after the basing his Stefan Mack,
he would post on his Instagram story again, but this time writing, 4D thing.
Many knew that Lil'Dirk was involved, even Charleston White said this.
So ain't nobody laughing at dirt. Now it ain't funny.
Now your favorite rapper go to jail and look like he got a no-bon like me.
That boy got a federal no-bond.
You know you had put that hit out on that boy, so you've been trying to avoid karma.
They say karma is real.
I say it ain't real.
I say the, I say you reap what you're so.
They say that's calm.
It would then even be revealed how much Dirk paid for the hit.
With the document reading, federal prosecutors reveal in the M for Hire case is Stefan Mack.
Mike City, AJ unknowingly told an undercover agent that Little Dirk placed a $70,000 bounty on Mac,
but wanted to get it raised to $90,000.
A.J. met up with Dirk during a podcast held on February 17th, 20202, leaving a lot of creators reacting.
Remo, this is my last no jumper.
Dirk Tare told me I'm supposed to come.
back up here with that last.
Now look what happened to him.
That man got kids.
You're talking about, look what happened to him.
Definitely not happy about him.
I wouldn't be happy if you go to jail, Adam, because I know you got daughter.
Break down.
There's multiple people who are no longer there for their kids as a result of that Derek allegedly
called in.
Until they put that on black and white, sir.
Stop throwing stuff on a black man who's trying to do something right for the community right now.
The fed have already put out a lot of information about this.
You don't have to put it out.
You don't have to put it out.
This is a major platform.
You're not the boss of me.
We talk about rap on here.
I think it is well within our jurisdiction to talk about the fact that...
Jurisdiction.
What type of police...
...is been alleged to have ordered them...
Free smirk, though, man.
Free smirk.
But also...
It's a platform.
There's some police...
...just sit down for a little bit and decide,
hey, maybe I'm not going to be anybody else.
However, everything changed when new evidence in the passing of King Vaughn
Venn linked Lil Durk to setting it up.
A viral tweet read,
Now that the feds are throwing more MK...
at Lowell Dirk, don't be surprised when his name is brought up in the passing of King Vaughn.
I mean, I hate that that's even a thing.
I'm telling you right now, Vaughn needed to go in order for Lil Dirk's problems to go away at that time, just watch.
Because we now have paperwork to confirm King Vaugh's cousin Baylo's statement of weird behavior from the OTF bodyguards on the night King Vaughn passed.
His security guard let him walk. You get paid to, to, you get paid to, he get paid to, for
tech how to you let him walk over and fight you yeah the story's been told as old as a you know
it's to the test of time track came on here and told me go watch that interview me and me and a hundred
k track he was the manager he got hit with a ricochet bullet that night he was kim vans manager
he basically said king von hopped out the car he said he stayed in the car for mad long
people were waiting on him remember he had deviated from where they were going he went to the
club i really think that him and him and guando
was probably DMing or you know King Vaughn used to talk to niggas he killed like he used to
DM them call him you don't give a fuck I think he was trolling them niggas I think he was he knew
they was both in the same city and I think King Vaughan knew he pulls up and he's a stand I know
yo King Von knew that nigga was there they said King Von B-lined it to him so this idea like like
King Von like I'm going let security do their job nigga King Von is not doing that king vons just walk
Nigger, like, come on, bro, like,
I don't know why people with this dumb shit like King Vaughn's some regular guy, man.
King Von was Satan walking on earth, nigga.
He was Lucifer, nigga, the fuck you were talking about.
He ain't he supposed to let him fight.
He ain't supposed to be touching nobody.
Security guard.
If anything, you make sure Quando them leave.
Yo, whoever's this guy, I don't even want to disrespect him.
My nigger, do you think King Vaughn is going to talk about,
oh, let security in them?
Come on, bro.
Whoever else they was with, you make sure they leave.
How can you let him walk over?
somebody that's the reason y'all here the reason anybody in this parking lot here because this man right here
making the money and y'all his entourage but that security guard it's on fishy with him that's why he deleted his
instagram right i definitely feel like it's foul play i don't know where it's coming from but i think it's
i definitely feel like it's some weird thing on it's very important to note the bodyguards are employed
by the o'ttf label but here's where everything gets interesting right before king von passed
Louis Durk and King Vaughn were about to go to trial for their February 2019 court case.
The two would target a man near the varsity in Atlanta.
They would rob him of his jewelry, cash, and even stole his Jeep.
But the security cameras around the famous drive-in would catch everything.
A detective in court testified there's video of Lil Durk firing from a moving vehicle,
showing King Vaughn driving the car.
After the Atlanta judge listened to a long probable cause hearing,
they noted there's more than enough evidence to now move forward.
on charges, this resulted in King Vaughn being arrested.
What?
Your other hand on top of your head, please?
But out here?
What?
Where?
Atlanta girls.
Yeah.
Oh, John.
Did we ever watch his body cam footage?
Apparently 30 cops descended on...
Is this it?
I'm not sure if this is it.
Right.
Bond out too, but here's where it gets weird.
Because in October 2022, the Fulton County judge would drop all the charges against Lowell Durk, quote,
in the interest of justice.
And under the discretion, it was because King Vaughn had passed in 2022.
He wasn't alive for trial to start.
So his file never got to see a jury.
But if he was alive, the case would have went to trial in 2024, where they allege there
is footage of Dirk using a firearm out of a Jeep.
Meaning if this went to trial, Dirk would have been locked up for decades.
This resulted in OTF Vani's father, revealing King Vonn was backdoored by none
other than Lowell Dirk to prevent the case ever going to trial.
Okay, I got to just cut this off here.
Respectfully.
Respectfully, bro.
Respectfully, bro.
Respectfully.
Okay.
All right.
We got some more updates.
Thank you, Traplow Ross.
The government said to Jam's wife, is Jam a black disciple?
She flipped out, okay, then they asked about the law, dissent third, okay.
Did somebody put a note of your car, rats got to die?
Okay, we got that.
Okay.
The childhood friend of King Vaughan with no criminal record testified that Von he told him that after Vaughn died,
I have to get all those bastards back that did this to Dave Vaughn no matter what.
So they're saying Vani had motive to do it.
Dirk's sound engineer thought he was going to do something but got cooked by the prosecution and ended up admitting Dirk had rapped about,
slide for Vaughn.
And sub-disc is in, he sub-disked Quando in songs.
He recorded and identified Dirk's voice on a voice note where he said,
Quando can die.
Dirk Sound Engineer admitted 6-9 had inspired piss me off.
Six-nine?
What?
And A-ha.
No, I feel like A-Haha was like young boy, though.
We've been sliding through them blocks and they don't know we have.
Buddy ass got shot him, and we ain't claiming it, but I could show his ass.
Niggas acting like, my brodie died.
Just got out the fizz you bring up murders with your police ass.
I thought I was a young boy this.
Just got out the fads you bring up.
murders with your post that's when a young boy just got on house arrest remember he was locked up
i told vauna leave a lead that bitch alone she posts on only fans i thought that was about
vaughan and like janea i thought i was jane i thought i was like von jenna bro i'm gonna kef anyway
all right so they're saying that oh six nine um said he was aware of six nine's podcast going
crazy on social he thought it was funny and dirk felt it was his turn to go viral and make some
money off the situation. Dirk sound engineer claimed no discussion about the murder plot took
place on the private jet. That would have been good if he didn't later say there was never any
discussion in the house of Kwondo getting shot up and viral clip of him screaming. No.
Okay. Trap is editorializing a little bit here. He admitted it was a big deal in the music industry,
but never denied speaking about it with Dirk or sending or receiving the clip. Prosecution
flipped the script on Dirk Sound Engineer who denied knowing Dirk was a black disciple. They
They made him go line by line and piss me off and still running and admit that Dirk was rapping about Slide for Vaughan and Cuando Rondo.
He was trying to say that that was just music, but then they played the voice note of Dirk saying,
Cuando could die and made him admit that the voice note was Dirk's voice and not music.
Oh, what the hell?
It's interesting while I go through like everybody's different POV.
Traplor's P.O.V is very different from the Knot.
Very different.
The Nott was like, you, everything's going good.
Final person called to testify was Justin Gibson, a sound engineer for Dirk.
Gibson testified he was living with Dirk at the rented Encino Mansion on August 18th and 19th.
During that time, Gibson testified that while Kavon Grant crashed on the couch,
he never heard Vani discuss a plot to murder Kwando.
He was also present on the flight that Vani testified.
Dirk told him to arrange a hit on Kwondo after discovering he would be in Los Angeles.
Gibson said the plane was small and he never heard the conversation.
So in the privacy, he never heard any conversation of that.
Marissa Goldberg, for the defense, asked if it was common for Vonie to book flights and handle Derek's money and credit cards.
Gibson said it was.
Gibson then turned to the matter of music, specifically lyrics played by the prosecution from Aha and Piss Me Off.
Gibson, who was part of producing those songs, said Dirk was responding to Slide for Vaughn comments in the first song.
Given the people what they want to hear, he testified Dirk had expectations from
from the fans and those songs were the opportunities to say something about it.
Gibson testified he spent August 18th and 19th with Dirk and described the day as normal.
Michael Morris for the government handled the cross.
Morris asked Gibson if he was aware that Dirk was a black disciple.
Gibson says he was not sure.
See, that's already, right?
Morris asked Gibson, asked if Gibson was a black disciple, prompting a loud laugh in a gallery.
He said he was not.
Morris played more from Dirk's music and pointed to the lyrics.
We spin in his shows.
Gibson testified that he knew Spinningman shooting,
but testified he was not aware of the Georgia attempt on Rondo's life following the show.
He then asked about the lyrics,
that roles better be bulletproof.
You know if we're going to shoot at them stars.
Gibson testified that could possibly be about Rondo,
so he admitted that.
Gibson told Morris that he had no interpretation of Dirk's song lyrics
and just wanted to record the music.
Morris acts if the shooting of Rondo was a big deal in Dirk's house
and asked if it was ever discussed.
He said it was not discussed.
Morris asked if Gibson, if he was ever,
if he was in a group threads discussing Rondo or the Kwondo Rondo Challenge,
Gibson said he was not.
Filing the cross-examination, redirect of Gibson.
The defense said they had no more witnesses to call and rest of his case.
Closing statements are expected to take place on Tuesday.
Yeah, there's going to be no court tomorrow.
You need a pillar slide.
He'll fall in milligrams.
He'd been a fan.
Here we go.
I'm not going to lie to you guys.
I think Lil Burke's not having a great afternoon when it's coming to his witnesses.
So we just heard from OTF Jam's ex-girlfriend.
She was trashing him saying that he was untrustworthy.
He had all of this hate for Dirk.
But then the feds clapped back and basically caught her out on a lie.
She said she'd never been arrested.
Turns out she had.
She had sort of tried to word it in a different way to slide out of it.
But the next person was a senior vice president from Alamo Records who had worked with
Dirk throughout his career and promoting his music.
And he revealed some very interesting stuff.
But again, the feds clapped back and the prosecution were able to basically trash a lot of the things he said.
So he made all of these points that like the music industry is a business.
You know, it's all about art.
People are making money.
A lot of people are making money off this music.
The violence sells, the controversy smell, cells,
basically explaining that like sometimes, you know,
they would put out fake news,
said that apparently Dirk had been in a viral clip playing basketball really well,
and they put out of fake news that he had been offered a contract with the Chicago Bulls,
basically painting this image that like, and not everything is as it seems.
They said that he had two different types of music,
melodic rap and street rap.
And basically, they basically said that like some of his music relates to everyone.
Some of it relates to the downtrodden, you know, the people that have really been through it.
That's why they call him the voice.
And they basically said, you look, violence really sells across all mediums.
The biggest entertainment franchise in the world is Grand Theft Dotto.
That promotes violence.
And he said that apparently Alamo had a policy that basically they wouldn't, like the guy at the top, Todd Moskowitz,
he basically didn't support releasing any songs and videos that were overly violent.
Now that didn't really make sense because I've done seen all type of guns in all different videos.
but I guess that Red Man music video where, you know, Dirk is in the video shooting and killing a
Kondo Rondo look alike. Apparently that went over the line. They went and made the whole video
and then Dirk was informed by his label that they would not be releasing it. They said it was too
violent. They didn't say why, but they just said, no, it's too violent. We're not going to release it.
He also revealed that after King Vonn died, Dirk basically went completely dark. He stopped
communicating with anybody. He stopped talking with anybody. And he basically had to kind of come out
of mourning and his grief with King Von because his voice album that was supposed to be released that
they put on hold, it basically leaked, and he had to get ahead of it and actually finish the
rollout so that people couldn't stream the album for free. But the biggest thing was this Red Man
music video, and the defence basically said, did the FBI ever contact you about this video? Did
you ever speak to law enforcement about this video? They basically said no, all right? They said
that it was Alamo's policy. They didn't release the video. Dirk knew the policy. They were kind
of inferring that maybe Dirk knew the video would never be released, and he was just using that
video to express his grief privately. But the prosecution clapped back and in just a few lines,
they kind of blew it apart.
They said to the guy, you had knowledge of King Von's death.
You saw the video, right?
He said, yeah, he said, you saw the video.
You saw Cuando Rondo was involved in what was going on.
He said, yeah.
They said, you saw the Red Man video.
It showed Dirk tracking and killing and executing Cuando Rondo.
The guy had to say, yeah, that's what it shows.
They said, you're aware that Alamo refused to release the video.
He said, yes.
And they said, are you aware that Kondo Rondo was actually shot at in the incident that killed Lil Papp?
He had to say, yes, he was aware of it.
Controversy sells, right?
That was the end of it.
Prosecution doing a great job.
I'm not going to lie to you guys.
I think Lil Durk's not having a great...
Interesting.
So Trapp is...
This is about a second or third day in a row.
He hasn't really scored anything positive for the government.
He hasn't really scored anything positive for the government.
I can't lie.
You had to click off this video.
I think it was non-factual.
And we can't feed conspiracy theories about Dirk supposedly...
Come on.
I don't even want to repeat that.
Boy, Trenches News is active out here, man.
I see him.
Okay, did we ever look at the King Von Arrest footage 2019?
Oh, no, this is when he assaulted an Uber driver.
There supposedly is one when they arrest him.
Oh, we got to look at the young boy one too.
They arrest him for the Atlanta shooting.
King Von Body Cam Atlanta shooting.
Or maybe that didn't exist, huh?
I thought I saw it somewhere.
This is another...
This is for...
Where is the King of Arrest and O Block?
Not that one.
I think there's 2019.
I've definitely seen some.
It's a body cam one.
Is it this?
Now it's Mwap.
Okay, I can't find it.
Anyway, did you see a young boy getting arrested?
Look at this.
Or now arrested.
Sorry, sorry, sorry.
Young boy getting pulled over.
What's it gonna do?
They pull over.

But this is Utah. It is SVJ. 650,000 by the way.
Our sergeant right here could be a million depend on how you spec it.
Explain why he's right here.
If you turn the car off real quick?
That's fine.
So the reason that we stopped you, you got a car with no plate on it.
Have you got the car registered?
Is it your car? Do you have a license plate for it?
Yo, I ain't gonna allow you.
D-Dog looks like a fucking...

These niggas was ready to arrest young boy, man
And they probably thought this thing
He stole the car, bro
But I think they kind of realized really quickly
It's probably a rapper
He's probably famous or something
I think they kind of realized that
Like he kind of looking fresh
And his demeanors on some like
He got, yo
The young boy rapper aura
Undefeated

When you making one and a half a show, what's the problem?
You know, young boy was getting one and a half?
I think some place he got two.
Two whims.
When he started the tour, he was supposed to get like a M or something like that,
but his show started selling so much they have to open up new shit.
Like, you know what I mean?
So he ended up here with me.
You're not talking on the phone.
It's not time of talking the phone.
I pulled you over, not whoever you're calling.
Like, you know how some cops get.
Like, you try to make a phone call.
They're on your ass, yo.
Jesus.
How much is that?
A little over 100,000?
Damn, never had 100,000 of my wife.
Trust me, if they've seen anything like drugs, they would have seized that money.
If they've seen drugs in there, even if it was a small amount, a personal amount,
they would have seized that motherfucking money.
Trust and believe, gang.
If they've seen a little bit of bread, like a little bit of, because remember,
there's certain things that don't mix, it's oil and vinegar.
Alcohol and guns don't mix.

You've been out here since I was a child?
You've been out here since you're a child?
Oh, really?
Nice.
So you guys pretty tight then?
Yeah, it's crazy.
Like, young boy's so fucking famous.
Bro, he lives in a part where, like,
he probably runs into people frequently that don't know him.
It's kind of like, I kind of live in, like,
obviously, that's not Utah.
I don't live in Utah.
But to me it's peace.
I wonder what he gets out of it.
You know if young boy lived in Miami, it would be like, hell.
If you lived in L.A., hell.
Bro, he picks Utah.
The most distant random spot is probably a bunch of people who,
like the lifestyle he lives or want to live, they have no idea about.
Like, the cops are already.
Yo, they look like they want to fuck young boy just for the car.
Niggottie looked like he wanted a tip, pause, like asking how much money is in there.
Like, these niggas, you can tell they don't see shit.
So do you real quick, you don't have to say no, but if you would mind just maybe hanging out and not smoking.
Smoke gives me a headache and I'm just tired of my shifts.
If you're cool with that, that would be preferred.
I appreciate it though, man.
Yeah, there's something about young boys, or like, you almost like want to be careful how you speak to him.
Like, look how he looks at and sides up the cop.
And the cop basically apologizes.
Like, yo, if you don't mind, if you don't mind.
How fast you gone in this?
What's have you just hang out in the car for right now?
You got my key?
Yeah, it's just right here. I just laid it up top.
Damn, you're doing no filter, huh?
The bracelets and the watch, they all pure diamond?
How much that's that worth?
Yeah, either way, I can go around it or you want to stay here.
Lighten it down so you can take it.
Here, you want to head that to him real quick?
He's going to write down the...
That's just the insurance.
have the registration?
We still need the insurance.
Did you get the VIN?
Yeah, I found the VIN.
Insurance Department.
Okay, I'll take a look at that.
Is, this awkward, can we shut the door?
Can we shut this?
Okay.
How long have you lived in Utah?
Three years?
You've got to have a Utah driver's license.
Are you still in federal probation?
No.
You got to have a Utah driver's license.
I'll come take a peek at the insurance.
You're out of California, right?
Well, the car shows it's not registered to you.
Yo, they pocketwatch them so much.
You know, the insurance car going to show all the cars on the insurance card.
It's going to show all the cars on there.
Yeah, they're like, you got two lambos?
It's control.
Control.
Are you like leasing it or something?
Pay for cash?
Well, so the Utah, you didn't buy it in.
I found the Montana registration,
but it doesn't have your name associated to it.
But I found the plate that it.
Motor's the one, okay.
It's like your business?
Okay, that's...
Okay.
Okay.
This is a 2023 one, right?
Should be the 10039?
Uh, 2021 of Ventor?
No, this is a 20, was it?
Hold on, let me see, 10039, yeah.
Okay, give me just a second.
Here you go.
There's cooperation.
Sure.
Yeah, they go.
3F8.
He can get to me.
He said, you say,
living in Utah, you can't as, oh.
Stand for, I believe we see it.
You got to be.
When you guys were down at the hospital, were you guys with anybody else in another vehicle?
Yeah.
Yeah?
Is that them right there in that car?
Oh, okay. Where are they at?
They watch.
Okay.
So are you that big?
I don't listen to a whole lot of, what is it?
So I have never personally heard of you.
They're watching.
They're watching.
Yeah, they're watching.
Alright.
Hey, you want to step out and say you a service?
Huh?
I saw you looking when I picked up.
You want me to get your service.
No, I just don't read.
I just didn't know what?
It looks like you were trying to reach for something.
You're good.
You've been cooperative with me, man.
I don't know.
Yeah.
You woulda what?
I wouldn't dare.
You wouldn't dare.
You said you started reaching to sit on my side with you.
Oh, I appreciate it.
We appreciate it's cooperation, man.
You've been cool with us the whole time.
So.
So.
I get back in my car though, I'm gonna look you up.
I feel like these cops are scared of young boy,
I ain't gonna lie to you.
Yo, these cops sound like they're scared a young boy, bro.
These cars look like they're scared of young boy,
right? They're gonna cap with you, bro.
They for sure look like they're scared of young boy.
Some of your stuff, roll around.
So he's telling me that the car that was with him
was his bodyguards, kind of like what they told the lady.
Some big ass brakes.
These things are huge.
I'm a big car guy, so this is a pretty dope car.
What other cars you got?
You said, heard you got another Lamborghini?
Do you have anything else?
Tank?
Tank?
Shit.
Damn.
Are they?
Just have them stay there for now.
So you said you have a videographer following you, too?
I think it's not like you want a job.
They what?
Yeah.
Yeah?
Damn.
I'm surprised Dan's sobriety test.

Here's your key, bro.
I appreciate you guys talking with it.
You guys have a good one, bro.
Okay, all right, my bad chat.
All right, we got a bunch of updates.
Last updates to the night, man.
Trapp Lora has given us a bunch of updates here.
We go.
Folks, I could not believe what I've just seen. King Vaughn's infamous baby mama, Kema, all right?
If you've seen the documentary I did about Vaughn, you'll know about her.
She was like some kind of military officer.
She's like a very serious person.
Sometimes you'll be seeing her story and you're thinking, how she end up with King Von, Mr. Rapp's first serial killer with seven bodies?
She was very, very interesting.
She got on that stand and she said some very interesting stuff.
I think that she might have been Dirk's best witness.
I think he was thinking other people were going to do better, but they ended up getting cooked.
but Kima, she a tough cookie, and I don't think they could crack her at all.
Not like that, but like, they couldn't break her down.
So one of the biggest things that she said was that she moved to Atlanta with King Von.
She lived in the house with Von and Vonie.
So she explained that Vonny was basically responsible for King Von's finances,
literally was able to send money, dealt with his bank accounts, all that kind of thing.
So she actually said that after King Von was killed, she flew out to Atlanta from Chicago
because they had split up.
She moved back to Chicago after they split up.
And then basically she said,
she went to the house and she was there. There were these days of morning. They were saying
King Von's mom. Other people came to the house, another baby mama of his. They all went to the house
and that's where Vonny basically said that they hatched this plan. Dirk was there. Other members
of O'Block, Black Disciples. They basically already started getting to work of trying to find where
Cuondo Rondo was so they could kill him and get get back. Well, Kima said she was there for three
days straight, staying in the front room of the house. She said she never saw Lil Dirk once. Dirk never
came over. There was no conversation about revenge. Nothing like that whatsoever. She said after that, a few
days later, she reached out to Voni and basically asked a few questions about what actually
went down that night. And apparently, Voni told her, don't worry about it. I'll take care
of it. Basically saying that he will handle Kondo Rondo. But one of the most interesting things about
that came at the end, they were trying to ask her this question about a $300,000 trust fund that
apparently King Vaughn had set up for one of his children. And I think they were going to ask her
if Voni had basically skated off with that money. Stole it. We've been here in endlessly. He's a
fraudster. He's a finessa, all that kind of stuff. Maybe that how he got, maybe King Vaughnizant.
Charles Trust Fund is how he got that Mayback they was talking about. I don't know, but basically
that was objected to. It was sustained and the judge wouldn't let them ask that question.
So we never got an official answer, but we could kind of see what they was trying to do with that.
But she said outright in a pretty damning moment, she basically was asked sort of what's her
opinion of Voni. She said, Voni is a liar and a thief.
That's crazy. But she didn't get to, she didn't get to land with the whole robbery thing or
the stealing thing. And obviously there's been rumors for years that, you know,
Voni might have actually stolen jewelry and gone back to the house and stolen a bunch of stuff
of King Von after he died. Well, we didn't get to that. But I would say she was solid.
There weren't any prosecution questions. And she, in my opinion, she was the best witness
that Dirk had actually had to bring forward. She stayed solid with it.
Folks, I could not believe what I've just... All right. So that's the baby moms.
Here we go. Folks, I could not believe what I've just seen King Vons.
No, no, we've seen that already. So I know for a fact that Dirk's team thought they were about
to cook when they put OTF Jam's wife on the stand. But the process.
The prosecution absolutely smoked her. It was insane. So they basically brought her up. They said,
did you know that Jam played guilty to three murders? She was like, did he? I don't know nothing
about that. I think, I'm going to put too much spin on it, but I think she was putting on an act and
she got exposed by the prosecution. She basically denied that this phone call in the car on the
way to soccer practice with the son where Booney Moe apparently called Jam and basically said,
you know, we need you to go to California to be in on this thing, didn't say what it was.
But she denied that conversation ever happened. She said that. Didn't ever happen. We was never in a car.
no conversation with Booney Moe didn't happen, all right? It was convincing for a bit.
But the prosecution slapped back. So they actually showed this message where an FBI agent had
contacted her when Jam was on the stand, basically saying if anything you need, reach out,
you know, Jam's been thinking of you and the kids. She clapped back, said,
he can't be thinking about us on that stand, telling all them people business. That shit ain't
okay. Don't ever contact me again. Now that was bad because the feds, the prosecution basically
were just like, what do you, what do you mean them people? What do you mean business? What do you mean
them people business. Like you talk about the defendants, talking about these guys here, them people
business? You ain't denying no business going on. You're talking about you telling about them business.
You're saying that business real and he's telling about it and he shouldn't be? She was flustered.
She went on to say she doesn't agree with what JAM's doing. He shouldn't be here testifying.
She basically admitted that this has been hard on her and her kids. She even said their 15 year
old son had disowned JAM for cooperating. But then they started asking the gang questions and
they painted a picture of her sounding like a bit of a gang member herself. They said is
Jam, a black disciple. She said, I don't want to answer that. I don't know. She's supposed to answer.
She under oath. She didn't plead the fifth. She just said, government was prepared for both of
Jam's, you know, relationship partners. One was a jailhouse girlfriend. The other one was
the wife. The government was prepared. The government knew their relatives. The government knew
their arrest history. The government was prepared. She didn't want to answer it. They said,
you have connection to the black disciples. And she was like, I don't know nothing about that.
They said, your cousin is little lord, big THF, little lord, the real hand. The real hand.
And she basically didn't want to answer none of that.
They said, is he a gang member? She said, no.
They said, you pause. She said, I can pause.
They said, what about Darius? And that sounded like her other baby dad.
They said, he's from Crazy Villa gang.
She was like, I don't know nothing about that.
They said, Lil Lord's father, your cousin, he and a gang too.
She's like, look, that's not why I'm here.
I don't know what's going on here.
They said Big Law was murdered, right?
And they said, Lil Lord, he's a black disciple minister.
She was like, I don't know, I'm just testifying for myself.
They had her getting cooked.
Eventually, they cornered her basically being like, it's dangerous for you to give testimony, right?
They said that the FBI had to move you and move your location.
And they were painting a picture like, you know, if it's so bad testifying, if it's so dangerous testifying, you don't want to tell us, you don't want to tell us where you live, you know, clearly, I mean, it sounds like some criminal activity going on.
If you're this, they even said at the end that apparently, and she denied this under oath.
They said, you had a note that was put on your car that said, rats got to die.
She said no.
They said, you're under oath.
She said, yes, I don't know.
Could have been someone else's car.
honestly everybody thought that she was going to get up there and save dirk and the way the prosecution put her in a blender
bro she was finished she was looking pissed by the time she came off she was looking like one of the members
staying solid not really a great look to be nice i think the jury must have been like yeah that was a bad
all right so we heard testimony from another interesting person again i don't know if they were
thinking this was going to go better than it actually was um but this was basically a childhood friend of
Lil Durk and King Vaughn and basically kind of grew up down the street from all of them
on the south side of Chicago. Now what was interesting is this guy, look, I don't know if I'm
being disrespectful for this. I'm just going to keep it real. They said, what's your profession?
He basically said he an accountant and a barber. Now, I don't know if you want to get your
accounting done by the same person that does your hair. I don't know if that's a normal thing,
but it was kind of like some of the things he was saying was just like, okay, like,
what's actually going on with this? But anyway, his whole thing was he was friends with them.
He knew them for years. He grew up with them. And he basically, his whole point that he was
making was that after King Von died, he said that it was all Vonny talking about getting back
against Kondo Rondo. Basically said that after Von's funeral, they all met up. And it was
Voni that said, I have to get those bastards back no matter what for what they did today, Von.
They apparently said that, you know, he basically talked a lot about wanting to get revenge
for Von. He said, I've got to do it. I've got to get them. Specifically talking about Kondo.
Apparently, Vonie had said to him specifically, he said, I'm going to pop him. I'm going to be there when
it happens he was sounding bloodthirsty now it wasn't really like that crazy like it was it was kind of like
okay cool like they said durk was never present he said when when vonie said all these things he was
going to do to condo rondo durk was never there he was never there he was never present it was kind of like
okay like you dirk's childhood friend right so like i i can see why you would want to be here to help him
out but i just don't think it was maybe as compelling as they thought it was going to be and they were
like well the cops never asked you about any of this stuff right and again i think
Dirk's defense have this whole thing of like, oh, if the cops didn't ask every single person involved,
it's like the cops probably thought that this wouldn't be a reliable person to get information
out of and just would rather go with more solid evidence. So that wasn't a great one. It didn't
really do a bunch. And they basically, the prosecution did actually cross him because there's a few
people that they were just like, bro, we don't even ask questions. But they asked him some weird
questions. And they were like, oh, did you ever see anything bad happened to Dirk as a kid?
And he was like, I think he misunderstood the question. He was like, yes. And they were like,
oh what and he was like nothing and then they were like so you mean no and he was like no and
like people laughed in the court they were like you ever spoke to jam they said you ever spoke to jam
do you know booney and they were basically like did any of these guys speak to you about the la murder
he said yeah jammed it no one else no one else spoke to me it was only jam um and they were like
okay we were you never included in any private messages about get back on quondo rondo he said no
now they showed something on screen i think it was an earlier text i wonder if this person might
have been in one of these group chats where they would talk about these things but they
didn't bring attention to it. The prosecution was just like, cool, we done with him. That was it.
So they just kept on moving on. And again, it was just another example of somebody who you just
thought, like, I think they thought he was going to hit and he didn't really hit. There was
one more person who was a sound engineer who testified after that. And again, he said some good
stuff, but then he ended up switching up. And I think the prosecution put so much heat to him,
he ended up low-key, incriminating Dirk a little bit more at the end. All right, so we heard testimony
from another interesting person. Again, I don't know if they were thinking it. One more.
So the final person testified, and again, I think this was one where Dirk's team thought this was going to hit, and the prosecution were just too ready. They were on point.
This was Dirk's sound engineer, somebody that recorded basically sounded like damn near most of, if not all of Dirk's music, his vocals from partway through 2021 when they started working together and he started exclusively working for Dirk at the start of 2022.
So all through this murder period, he was Dirk's exclusive sound engineer.
He said he was around him every day.
He lived in the LA house with him.
He said they spent at least five days a week recording music.
He would kind of explain Dirk's thought process when it came to making his songs.
And, you know, he literally admitted.
He said, you know, everyone was talking about all this slide for Von stuff.
People were expecting him to respond.
The labor wanted him to do numbers.
He said that he was aware of six nine's podcasts.
It played a part in Dirk's musical response.
He said Dirk was going crazy on socials and putting Dirk's name in it.
So Dirk thought it was his time to clap back and make some money off the situation.
Now, this sound engineer was allegedly on.
the private jet when it flew from Miami, sorry, when it flew from LA to Miami to go and record
that DJ Calib music video with 21 Savage and back. And we were told by Voni that it was on
that flight back when the murder plot was hatched, that Dirk got the low and he told Voni
that he needed stolen cars and then they got the plan into motion and started booking the
killer's flights. So this sound engineer, he said that that conversation never happened.
There was no conversation about the planning of a murder, Kwondo Rondo's location.
He said, I would remember that. There was no conversation. It didn't happen. He said nothing
on ordinary happened on the day that we came back. They said, Voney didn't come back to the house and
do murder updates. He came and went, but, you know, and he stayed over, but that was typical. That
was normal. Ain't nothing going on. It was sounding great. It was sounding straight. But then the
prosecution got up there and put Bell to ass. Okay. They basically had him and they basically were like,
did you know, you know about drill music? It's a violent version of rap music. It's all about
shooting at the ops. Gangs. They're like, yeah. They said, did Dirk ever rap about gang violence?
He was like, no. He just rapped about what was going on in his neighborhood. They said, you know
Dirk is a black disciple. He said, he said, no. They said, have you seen his tattoos? He said,
no. He was starting to sweat. I think he was thinking, wait a minute, I don't want to get up here
and purging myself. Like, I'm a square. I'm not a BD. Like, this is too much. And so at that point,
the feds went crazy. They started pulling up songs that he had engineered that still,
still running song with Meek Mill, where they're talking about, you know, you've got
be out your mind to say, we're spinning for bro, we're spinning for show. They pulled up,
pissed me off. They played the whole music video again. And they basically got him line by
talking about, he talked about this here. He's talking about sliding for Von. This is a subliminal
to Kondo, right? He was doing subliminal disses to Kondo and the guy has to be like,
uh, yeah, yeah, he was going along with it. This all completely backfired. Like, they was even
saying, so this lyric, like, this is basically Dirk saying that he's, he's going to go body for body
with the ops and he's just like, yeah, he was agreeing with everything. But where it ended was
pretty bad. They played the voice note of Dirk talking about, yeah, your homie, Kondo can die.
And they basically said all these dices, he kept saying like, oh, it's all just music. It's all just
art. And they were like, that voice note where he says, Kondo can die. That's Dirk's voice
right. He said, yes. And then they said that wasn't music, right? That's a voice note. He
said yes, they left it there. That was bad. That was the last one. They arrested their case.
Not looking too good to me. So the final person testified. And again, I think this was
all right, man. It's not looking too good, huh? Doesn't seem like it's looking too good.
Angelus magazine. And I'm outside the courthouse where the defense just rested in Lil Dirk's
murder for hire trial. They called a lot of witnesses today. We're going to go through them as
best as I can reading through my notes here and I'm going to try not to say
everyone's name just for privacy reasons but there is a lot to unpack. We started
the after lunch with witness number four who testified she did not know Dirk
personally but she did know Casey Hester. She said what in 2016 she developed a
relationship with him they started dating she called him her boyfriend and
this is the person that when Casey Hester was released he moved in with
with her. He was paroled to her. So what she says is they lived together for a few months
when she was when he was released from jail. But then she said she kicked him out. She said,
I put him out in April. I asked him to leave due to him thinking my house was a revolving door.
We then go into her testimony about what Casey Hester said about Dirk. So she said
when Casey got out of jail that he felt like he was owed by Dirk.
He felt like he was owed some sort of financial compensation because Dirk was getting really
famous and he was using Hester's name or I'm also to call him OTF Jam.
He was using Jam's name in these song lyrics and he felt like he was owed.
He thought Dirk would have some sort of payment waiting for him.
And so when that didn't happen, she testified that Jam was upset.
She said, Jam said Dirk was a goofy.
Dirk was just jumped, Dirk has just jumped off the porch, so he is not about that life.
She also testified that Jam was trying to get into the music business.
He did want to rap, which we had previously heard Jam say on the stand that he was not in the music business, nor was he trying to be.
When she was asked, what if Hester was a truthful person by the defense, she, she's testified he is not a truthful person at all.
He is a manipulator.
She said that, oh, then she was asked if Hester had a plan, Jam, if he had a plan if he was ever arrested again.
And she was about, she said yes.
She said he had a plan that if he was ever arrested again, he was going to do something.
And when she was asked what he was going to do, what his plan was, that was very quickly objected by the prosecution.
And we never heard that answer.
Also, while she was testifying for the defense, Brian Steele asked her, have you ever been arrested?
And she said, no.
He asked that question a second time, which I didn't catch it first, but he asked that question
a second time, have you ever been arrested?
And she said, no.
Hindsight's 2020, he might have been giving her an opportunity to change that answer.
But on the cross, Michael Morris for the prosecution, walked up there and said, have you
ever been arrested?
Did you testify that you've never been arrested?
She said, yes, I testified that.
I've never been arrested.
And so he said, he confirmed her birthday first.
He seemed to have a record of her pulled up.
And then he said, you weren't arrested in 2016 for forgery.
And she cut him off.
And she said, I was never convicted.
I was never, like, charged.
Scammers.
With anything.
And he was like, and you weren't arrested a second time for theft,
some sort of crime relating to theft.
And she said, well, that was a misunderstanding.
It was someone else's theft.
I didn't steal anything.
And so he said,
So when you told the jury that you'd never been arrested, was that the truth?
And she said no.
No more cross from that.
Then we had, trying to make sure I can say this name.
Yeah, we had Sanche Jane.
I feel comfortable saying that name.
He works in the music industry.
He had previously worked for Alamo Records.
He doesn't anymore.
But he did at the time that Dirk Banks was recording music there.
And he was the senior vice president of marketing.
So he talks about maximizing streams.
He said music is a creative endeavor that is meant for the audience to feel emotion.
So he sang all these lyrics.
He talked about essentially clickbait, headlines.
He said if something's flashy and shocking, like violence or crime, like that thing gets shares
and it catches people's eye and it monetizes for the company.
And he said a lot of people make money off of music.
He makes money off of music.
The production company, the music venues.
everyone's making money. It's a very big business. And he said that how you do that is through things
that are provocative, like violence. He said violence sells and entertainment. And he pointed out the
Odyssey and the Grand Theft Auto is things that that sell. So he also identified Dirk as doing two
genres, which was the melodic rap and the street rap. And he specifically focused on the street rap.
He gave a definition of dark, more aggressive style. He said it speaks to people in the inner
city. So he was saying that is the audience that Dirk was catering to. And we hear that come up a couple
times, but essentially they're saying this music was something that sold. This was something that the
producers, that the production company was like condoning, pushing out. They wanted Dirk to
to write these violent lyrics because it sold money. Or sold records made money. And then on
cross, he asked, tried to ask about the red,
man video but that was quickly shut down by the judge and the defense. Then we have the the mother of
King Vaughn's child. So she lived with Vaughney when they first moved to Atlanta. She had met
King Vaughn, they dated. He wanted to pursue rap so they moved to Atlanta and this one, she said
they moved him with Bonnie and she said they were very close. They hung out every single day. She said
Bonnie had full control of King Von's finances and she said full control. She said he had more control
over King Von's finances than King Vaughn did himself. So she said he wasn't running errands. He had
more responsibility. She then discusses this memorial that happened. She was broken up with King
Vaughn at the time that he passed away, but she said she traveled with his mother and his sisters
and his aunt and another person who also had a child with King Von.
She traveled with all of them to a family house
and where this memorial took place that we heard Bonnie testify to.
And this is where Vonny said in his testimony
that there was a conversation immediately about revenge.
Everyone in the house was talking about revenge over Cuando Rondo,
everyone, including Dirk.
He said, Dirk was at that house, at that memorial.
He said they were discussing getting Kondo Rondo's location,
figuring out where he was.
They knew he was in Savannah, but they wanted to learn more.
and they discussed that at this memorial.
So the defense asked this mother, this King Vaughn's ex, if she ever saw Dirk Banks in this house.
And she said no.
She testified that she was staying in that house for three days.
She was staying in the front room where the memorial also took place.
And she said she never saw Dirk Banks.
She never spoke to him.
And she said she never heard conversations about revenge.
Then she was asked like what she thought of Vani.
like what was his, what was his reputation for truthfulness?
And she said, he's a liar and a thief.
So then she's asked about this trust fund that was allegedly set up,
wanted that King Vaughn asked Vani to set up for his son with this woman.
And allegedly it was $300,000.
And when she was asked about this, this was very much objected by the prosecution.
It was sustained by the judge.
It was out of scope.
It was irrelevant.
But it seems like she believes Vani stole $300,000 from,
her child's trust fund.
Then we go to Mrs. Hester, the wife of Casey Hester or OTF Jam.
So we have an ex-girlfriend and a wife testifying against Jam.
She said she did not approve of that her husband was testifying.
And she was not going.
She was asked to testify.
She said no.
She was not planning on testifying until her husband took the stand.
She likely, I'm going to guess she read what he was saying online.
she was not happy and she did not want her name brought into it.
And so that is when she decided, she said she called Brian Steele and she said she wanted to testify.
So she was asked about this Booney Moe call where allegedly Jam had testified he was in a car with his wife and with his son on their way to a soccer practice around 6 a.m.
And he got this call and he was told he had to come to Los Angeles.
He knew something was up, but he didn't know why he was going.
And she testified, I never heard Booney Mo's voice.
I never heard that phone call.
I never heard Dirk's voice.
I never heard that phone call.
She said she was never interviewed by authorities,
and she said that in her knowledge, that never happened.
Then we have this text message that she allegedly was sent by an FBI agent.
And I'm pretty sure it was confirmed to be an FBI agent,
but I'm going to say allegedly because I think that's what Brian Steele had said,
that this FBI agent was the same one that had relocated her family because Jam had asked for his family to be relocated if he started cooperating.
So they were relocated. And she testified that was not something she wanted and she wanted to go home.
So this FBI agent messages her and says, hey, I just wanted to check in. Make sure your family's okay. I spoke with Hester.
And this message allegedly came right after Hester testified on this past Thursday.
And he said, I want to check in. Hester is thinking about you.
And Casey is thinking about you this morning and thinking of you and the kids and let me know if you need anything.
And she said, she said on that stand telling people all that business, that's not okay.
I don't agree with what he's doing.
And she said, do not contact me again.
And that FBI agent said, okay, understood.
So this is on what something that the cross-examination points out, that she said the word, quote, business.
She didn't say lie.
She said business.
And he asked her a lot of questions about,
is your brother a gang member? Is your dad a gang member?
Is your cousin's dad a gang member?
And asking all these questions and every single answer was,
not that I know of, not that I know of, not that I know of.
And he kept saying, you are under oath.
And she said, not that I know of.
So she was very insistent on not testifying against these family members.
And that's something that this was Michael Morris on the stand.
He said, you don't know anything about that
because you're not supposed to testify against them.
And that was, she did not respond to that.
She was dang strong on not giving testimony against these alleged gang members.
She also, he also asked her about this text message that was sent.
And he brought up that word business.
And he asked her, truth or not, you would not agree with what your husband was doing, correct?
And she said, yeah, I disagree with it.
And then he brings up this alleged note that was left on her car that said,
all rats going to die.
well he asked her if she received death threats she said yes then he asked her about this note and she said
I did not receive that note and he said you didn't on a car associated with you she said no and he said
isn't it true that your son wouldn't speak to his father if he testified and again that wasn't quite
answered she she didn't answer a lot of questions on the stand but it was clear what the defense was
getting at and it was clear what the prosecution was getting at on both of those lines of questioning
Then we have the best friend, one of the friends to Dirk who grew up with him.
He grew up with all of these guys.
He said he was walking distance from King Vaughn's house.
He visited Jam in jail.
He's friends with everyone.
But he testified that he is not a black disciple.
He is an accountant and a hairstylist.
He's been self-employed since I think he was 17.
So very, very doing very well for himself.
And he said he was, sorry, now I'm going through my husband.
notes again. He said he had a lot of conversations with Grant or Vani about killing
Cuando Rondo. He testified that the first conversation after the funeral was between him and
Vani and Vani said, I have to get those, had to get those bastards back no matter what.
And then he also said that Vani's test, that Vani told him, I got to do it. I got to go get him,
likely referring to Kondo Rondo. And then he testified that Vani also said, I'm going to pop
him or I'm going to be there when it happens. And then this friend says when people say that
in Chicago, they mean it. So he's testifying that Bonnie's...
Shout to my guy, Masari. He says, the defense is taking a wrong approach. They should be
painting out Dirk to be just a rapper and all the OTF members are the ones doing all the criminal
activity. Dirk should be seen as just an artist. Hmm, it's a good one.
Said those words and Bonnie met what he said. He also testified to visiting Jam in prison.
And he said that Jam told him, he said, he told me he was never cuffing up again, never going back to jail.
So on the cross-examination, this is something that the, the only thing that the prosecution points out is he was not involved in private messages with these people about Kwan de Rondo, about King Vaughn's murder, about all these things.
And he said, no, he was not ever in those private messages.
Then we go to the last witness.
And this is Justin, yeah, Justin Gibson.
and I'm okay saying that name out loud.
He is a sound engineer.
He is personally employed by Dirk.
So he, very close with Dirk,
worked with him professional,
like,
worked with him with a recording studio
and then ended up working for him privately.
And he allegedly lived in this house
throughout August in Encino
that we've been talking about,
this rental house in 2022.
At the same time that Kondo Rondo,
the hit was,
um,
attempted on Kondo Rondo's life.
He testified he was living there.
He testified that,
Bonnie, who crashed on the couch, he never heard him talk about this alleged murder, this murder plot.
He said that everything seemed normal on the 18th and the 19th.
He was also on that flight on August 18th that Vonny had said,
this is where Dirk told him about Rondo Rondo's location.
He's going to be in Los Angeles and told him to start planning something.
And he said by the time the plane landed, flights were booked.
Justin Gibson is saying that he was on that plane. It was a very small plane and none of this was ever said. He never heard it. He would also say it was very common for Bonnie to do financial things like book flights, handle money, handle cards. And then he referred to the song lyrics and he worked on all of these songs with Dirk and he said that these were opportunities for Dirk to live up to expectations, to put some things to rest, to devote, to give the people what they want was something he said. He
wanted to say he wanted something said and this was his way of saying it he was expressing it
through this art and he did call music on art um he said that he yeah i think that's everything on
that page then we go to the cross and uh michael morse pulls up these lyrics um one of them
we spin in his shows and he says do you know what spinning is and get uh this i'd read his last
Yeah, Justin Gibson said, it's shooting.
And then he said, do you know about a Georgia shooting that was a hit on Cuando Rondo's life after one of his shows?
And Gibson said he did not know anything about that.
So then he asked about, you know, he's talking about sliding for Vaughn.
And Gibson's like, yeah, he's referring to those comments that were made online.
And he specifically pointed out to the lyric, Rolls Royce better be bulletproof.
You know, he's shooting at the stars.
And Gibson's very, or not Gibson, Morris is very passionate when he's,
like doing this cross-assimination. It felt like he was rapping as he's like giving these lyrics
back to Gibson and he's saying, what is that supposed to mean? If it doesn't mean, shooting at a
Rolls-Royce, which Cuando Rondo was known to drive. And Gibson said possibly, that's possibly what it meant.
And then he said, do you not want to say yes? And Gibson's response was, rappers have rented
vehicles. And Morse just kind of laughed at that. He was like, okay. But basically what Gibson said
in the end was that he had no interpretation of Dirk's song lyrics before this trial. He said he had no
interpretation of the song lyrics. He was there for the music. He just wanted to record the music. He was
not focusing on the lyrics and he had no involvement in writing it. There was some pretty
tense like cross. There was a redirect from the defense where they were saying like this is just music,
this is just art and Gibson was confirming that. And as the defense is doing that, Dirk is nodding in
approval. Like he seemed like he was really proud of his with the way his defense was handling
his cross-examination proving that these were just song lyrics. Um, and then Morris kind of, he
tried to pull out that red man video and tried to say like it wasn't this played at Dirt's
concerts and Gibson said to his knowledge they were not. And that was kind of where everything
ended. So so much to impact this video is so long. Um, but the defense is now rested. We have, um,
jury instructions will be coming out soon. And
We will have closings from the defense and the prosecution beginning on Tuesday.
So I will be in the courtroom on Tuesday, and I will give you an update on what happens then.
Okay. Okay.
Chat, I got to apologize to my atrocious internet today.
I don't know what happened, man.
I do not know what happened.
I feel like we played these already.
And we played all our Trapp-Loros videos.
I think we might be good.
Might be good, y'all.
Yeah. Yeah, I apologize. I really don't know. I think it's, I think I know what it is.
Ironically, it looks like it's been good for the last, like, I don't know, hour or so.
It's been good for the last hour.
But of course, it's at like the end of the stream. We stream during the day.
It fucking blows. Whatever.
So we kind of have a full update.
You guys know what's coming next.
We got jury instructions. We have closed.
I think the closing arguments are going to be really important today.
How will this be interpreted?
How will this go down to the people who are in the jury?
They seem like they were a little bit bored.
They felt like things were getting repeated.
That's why the government kept their case small.
Do they believe the government?
They think the government's lying?
Do they think that the snitches are lying?
Do they believe that, hey, Dirk is being framed?
Do they believe, you know, they could believe that, you know, maybe Dirk has something to do with it,
but there was not enough proof to,
really make us feel comfortable in voting for him to be guilty. Keep in mind, the weight of the
sentence is going to affect the outcome no matter what. You know, these guys are facing the rest of
their lives, the mandatory minimum. They're facing the rest of their lives. So, you know,
while they might not know Dirk, why they might not care for Dirk, to get the ability or authority
to make that decision that if you vote that this guy is guilty, he will never see the light of
again. I think that's going to be an enormous amount of pressure. I think they're going to look
at things three times. I think they're going to want to make sure that whatever they decide or whatever
they vote, they are completely comfortable with. They don't feel like they're being pressured and
they feel like they're going with their heart, their gut, and definitely their mind. So we're at that
point right now, man. We're at that point right now. Okay. So, oh, so there is court tomorrow. They're
going to go over jury instructions. It's going to be a long, well, actually, it might be just a
half day type shit.
Might be a half day.
And I told you, they probably didn't want the, the, they didn't want deliberations to
start right after, right before, um, the break, because then you're kind of splitting
it up in between like three to four days.
They're going to argue, come to some type of agreement if they don't come to a unanimous
decision.
And then they're going to go home for four days, go see other stuff about the trial, possibly.
you know, talk to other people and then come back and argue other points. So they're making
everything happening one day. I think they're going to do closing statements. Closing statements
should be about two, two and a half hours for the defense. It should be about two, two and a half
for Dirk. And because you don't want to repeat the same points, I expect that Dede's lawyer and
Lindsay's lawyer won't be as long. But, you know, yeah. So I do think that deliberations should take
place. Deliberations should take place on Tuesday. Okay. And very big possibility. We have a judgment or a
verdict by Wednesday. And I think Thursday we're pushing it. And if it goes to Friday,
I'd be starting to think about a mistrial. Okay. Do I think a mistrial as possible here?
You never know. You honestly just never know. So as much as it from a prosecution
standpoint, they did not convince you. Hey, again, remember, the burden of proof is always on the prosecutor.
They have to meet the standard of beyond a reasonable doubt. Anything else does not qualify.
Anything else does not qualify. So it is what it is. Okay. Some people feel like a fast
verdict is not favorable. I agree. Well, I think in this situation, it probably definitely
would be favorable. Okay. The prosecution in the Mo3 murder trial is working to get jurors to know how
payments were made for the alleged murder for hire. So this is day six of testimony at the trial
of Kiwan White. He is the accused hitman charged with murdering Melvin Noble, also known as Mo
3, in an ambush on 35 in 2020. Marquis Conway is the other major figure in this case. Conway,
going by the rat name Yellabizi, accused of ordering the hit, paying for it to happen.
Fox 4, Stephen Dial in the newsroom with an update.
Stephen.
Heather, the prosecution dropped a bombshell discovery today,
showing a withdrawal slip at a Chase bank in the amount of $40,000 from the account of rapper
Yellowbezi.
They say this was two days before an alleged money exchange at a car dealership in Irving.
Detective Eric Barnes is the lead detective on the murder of Melvin.
Is that caught on camera, the money exchange?
A noble who went by the rap name, Mo 3.
This entire trial, the prosecution has claimed that Dallas rapper Yellowstone.
Elibizian trap boy Freddie allegedly paid to have Motheree murdered in court
Wait, so they believe trap boy Freddie paid for the murder too.
Why isn't he charged?
Is he charged?
Is trap boy Freddie charged with murder for hire?
Supposedly it was like $50,000 like the guy wanted.
So they split it, right?
Wait, who's an informant?
Trap boy Freddie is not an informant.
Somebody's in the chat trolling that little dirt posted.
that's definitely not true.
Not true.
Oh, well, actually, yeah.
Well, actually he did post.
You're right.
He says, Allah is the greatest.
Smirkio.
Smirkio, uh,
after the rest of the case,
his last message to send
is saying Allah is the greatest.
I guess he's putting it all in God's hands at this point.
Barnes said that a payment meetup happened in Irving, then Yelabizi at his home in Frisco.
And finally at the trap house in Dallas, where Kiwan White was seen on video.
The detective also testified that a large withdrawal from a Chase Bank near Yellowbezi's home in Frisco
happened before he met up with trap boy Freddie and Irving.
This is a withdrawal slip on November 20th from Marquis Conway at a Chase bank.
How much?
Forty thousand.
When you interviewed Q1.W.
Now, you did not have this account or this withdrawal when you interviewed Q1A, correct?
That's correct.
And when murder charges were filed on Q1MIT, you did not have this, correct?
That's correct.
But you asked them about a specific number about how much he got picked.
Do you remember the specific number you asked them about?
Yes, I do.
How much did you ask them about?
50,000.
Where did that information come from?
From the jail call on November 11th.
What did it?
Darius fields.
And then the jail call from Mount Pleasant, how much did Q1 say he just been paid?
20,000.
So Detective Barnes talked about a big-wolf drawl and how much Q1-White said that he was paid,
but he also said Yellowbezi never had direct contact with White.
The rest of the detective's testimony described the feud between Yellowbezi and Mo3
who have details of other crimes that led up to the murder in 2020.
One example, the murder of Roy Lee, a comedian who had run-ins with Yellow-Beezy.
Once after that, murder, Mo3 made a song,
tributing Lee in the video,
and he talked about a bounty on his own head.
He also took responsibility for a previous shooting
that wounded Yellow Beezi on the tollway.
Months later, there was an assault on Mo Three's manager.
Bree West tried to start cross-examination,
but the clock kind of ran out.
So for the third day, Detective Barnes will be on the stand
being cross-examined by Bree West.
That's an interesting case.
case. Can't lie. The prosecution in the Mo3 murder trial is working to get jurors to know how
this is a huge case down in Dallas. I can't lie. The detective was grilled. Let's see this.
Day seven of testimony in the murder trial for Dallas rapper Melvin Noble who went by the name Mo3.
The prosecution says two rival rappers allegedly paid Kiwan White to shoot Mo three on I-35.
Fox Sports, Steven Dile in studio with an update on today's testimony.
Heather, testimony is still going on.
The attorney for the alleged hitman showed that Dallas rapper Yellowbezi made large withdrawals consistent with not just the month of the alleged murder of Mo 3.
After hours of testimony today, there was an outburst from the gallery.
Getting mad at you.
We're trying to, bro.
I was with him.
I'm asking him when you touched me for, bro.
I got evidence.
He didn't kill him.
I know he didn't kill him.
The man was removed.
from the courtroom. We don't have any explanation as to how he's connected or was he just a person sitting in in court yesterday.
The prosecution revealed a $40,000 withdrawal made from Marquis Conway allegedly two days before the payment for the murder of Melvin Noble.
But after hours of testimony today with Detective Barnes on the stand for a third day, attorney Bree West turned the narrative showing a timeline of large sums of cash that Conway took out from his bank almost monthly.
Ah, so they're trying to say,
nah, he always took out money like that.
Okay.
If they don't have that meeting on camera,
it's going to be tough.
Because if he's a guy who's a gambler,
if he's a guy who goes to the club a lot,
he could explain having a heavy amount of cash,
especially if he did it frequently.
Now, granted, from the jail call,
Kiwan White kind of broke it down.
So it kind of becomes like that Dirk situation,
you could either believe it or not believe it at all.
So much, prosecutors are reaching the end of their case,
at the Mo3 rapper murder trial in Dallas.
The state's key...
Except it don't look like these guys are testifying or cooperating.
Detective Eric Barnes is under cross-examination by the defense.
Let's take a moment to recap who's who in this case.
So Keywan White is on trial for the ambush murder of Mo3, also known as Melvin Noble in 2020.
Prosecutors say another rapper Yellowbezi paid to have Mo3 murdered because of an ongoing feud between the two men.
Yesterday, Detective Barnes testified about a $40,000 withdrawal made by Marquis Conway, Yellowbezi, shortly before the murder.
He also described three meetings for payment involving Conway and another rapper, but acknowledged that Conway never met directly with Kiwan White, the accused hit man.
On Cross, the defense suggested there's no real proof that Conway's meetups amounted to a murder for higher plot involving White.
Two people can be friends and or acquaintances, I guess, without fighting a murder.
That's true.
People can talk to each other, right, without talking about murder.
That's great.
The state has one more witness before the defense begins presenting.
Again, this trial is for the capital murder charge against Kiwan White.
However, the outcome will likely impact how the state and defense, uh,
when Marquise Conway stands trial for his alleged role in Mothreys murder.
Why is trapboard Freddie not charged?
It's kind of insane.
How's he not charged?
And prosecutors laid out how U.S. Marshals tracked down a murder suspect, an alleged hitman
wanted for shooting a Dallas rapper on Interstate 35.
It's a murder for higher case that started as a feud between rappers.
The accused hitman is the first defendant.
in the case to stand trial.
And Foxworth, Stephen Diles in the newsroom with an update from court.
Stephen.
Yeah, the jury just took a lunch break, so they'll return in about an hour after yesterday's
explosive testimony about Kiwan White allegedly bragging about the murder.
This morning, we heard testimony about his arrest a month after the murder of Dallas rapper
Mo 3.
This is day five of testimony in the murder trial against Kiwan White.
Investigators claim Marquis Conway, who goes by the rap name Yellowbezi, paid White
to kill Mo 3 on a busy.
Dallas Highway. On Monday, a long-time friend of White testified that White confessed to the murder.
Today, a detective talked about trying to locate White after there was a murder arrest warrant
for his arrest. Prosecutors say that White was seen on surveillance video at a trap house before
the murder. He was wearing distinctive blue underwear that prosecutors say matched the same thing
the shooter was wearing during the crime. Detective B.K. Nelson testified that marshals went
to the trap house after the murder, but White was not there. They saw him outside of a barbershop
on December 9th in 2020 and took him into custody. Once we started approaching the defendant,
the car that he was standing next to automatically took off, left him standing there,
which was good for us when I was a car chase, and we were able to grab him and put him in handcuffs.
Okay, did you chase after that car? No, ma'am, I wouldn't worry about the car. Okay. I wanted to
the fifth. Okay, and so you then approached or people in your team or on DVD approach Mr. White.
The U.S. Marshals, yes, ma'am. The U.S. Marshals approached Mr. White. Is that correct?
Yes, ma'am. And you took him into custody. Is that right? Yes, ma'am. The prosecution continues
to talk about money and guns that White had, but still they have not connected how Conway, Yelibisi,
allegedly paid White for the murder. They just took a lunch break. They'll return at one.
Eden on the stand right now is the state's top law enforcement witness, Detective Barnes,
talking about how he pieced this together. So we'll have more later when you join us at Fox 404.
All right. And again, as Stephen Dowell just mentioned, they are on break. But we are live streaming
coverage of this trial. Gaville to gavel, just scan the Q.
Yeah, chat. Maybe dirt's trial is going to be over before this one. We're going to, we're going to
kind of jump over here when we're done. When we're done with that dirt trial, man, this one look like
it's going to be super interesting.
I'm still asking how the hell is
trap boy afraid not charged.
That's like the duty low question.
How is trap boy
free?
Feelings out of it and start thinking for real.
Fuck what you've ever.
Oh, you're trying to see.
This nigga named Vito.
I think he's out of South Dakota.
It's been over 60 days.
Niggas in my inbox talking about I'm capping.
You're not going to tell him.
You ain't going to.
Damn, everything I be saying
come out to be true in the trenches i'm not afraid to speak out because there's a trap house
that the feds know was a trap house and they see me pull up and leave pull up and leave every time
that i left up out of there i had money in my hands i had a plastic bag of money they see i didn't
have no plastic bag in my hand when i went in there this house i am not a guest i'm a
person that backed in and they closed the gates when they don't close the gates or back in
that means you're just visiting you just popped out i come talk to you woo woo woo when you pull up to
a niggist spot you talk the surveillance team was watching they knew that that was trap boy freddie
what does every single cop have a dream of busting a big rapper or getting the biggest busting
their life making the news making headlines trap boy freddie's in that house that we suspect as a drug
hit it. They didn't hit it when Trapp Boy Freddie was in there because the drugs would have been on Buddy Boy.
Buddy Boy went and dropped off something over there and then five minutes later they kicked the dough in and there's drugs and guns in that bitch.
And let me tell America man, if you have to have a gun when you're trapping, you don't.
So it look like people asking the same questions. Wait, yellow bezy. What?
Seeing chop pose earlier like, damn, we had to say a labor dying.
Trapp, I'm saying, you don't want got anything caught up.
Doing all them damn this song, knowing you ain't had nothing to do with it.
Yeah.
You think ultimately that's what got him caught up?
Yeah.
When he went live on the freeway,
they knew somebody in their circle had some do with it.
You brought it back to some rap shit.
Yeah.
You know what I'm saying?
Yeah.
Like, you brought it back to some rap shit when he went live in that freeway.
You made it back to some rap shit.
You don't made all them damn this song, made your partner so hot.
Dallas police say rapper Yellow Beasie
hired a hitman to kill Mo 3, his one-time friend turned rival, and the man now sitting at the
center of that case isn't a witness who volunteered to talk. He's someone the streets have already
labeled a snitch. But what the internet ran with and what the court record actually shows
are two very different stories. And that difference is exactly what we're breaking down today.
To understand how we got here, you have to understand what Yellow Bezzi and Trapp Boy Freddy
built together first. Bezzi, born Maris D'Andi Anderick,
Conway came up out of Oak Cliff, the Dallas neighborhood that produced some of the
rawest, most authentic trap music Texas has ever heard. He spent in the early 2010's
grinding through mixtapes before his 2017 single That's On Me exploded, a remix
featuring T. I, Two Chains, Boozy Badaz, Young Jeasy, and Rich the Kid turned him from a
regional name into a national one. By 2019, his music had crossed a billion streams. He didn't
do it alone. Trap Boy Freddie, born to various
Dante's Moore came from that same soil.
His breakout record, Lil Quita, built him a fan base well beyond Texas, and along the way
he earned cosigns from Erica Badu, Young Thug, and Young Dolph.
But the most significant co-sign came from Bezzi himself, who publicly said Freddie was going
to keep doing his thing as long as Bezzi was doing his, and vice versa.
That's Not Label Talk.
That's a Pledge.
Bezzi brought Freddy onto the That's On Me remix, standing him sh-
Why didn't you on Enelie chop on this?
Is this AI?
Shoulder to shoulder with TI and two chains.
And in May 2020, the two of them released a full collaborative project called I'm My Brother's Keeper.
Okay, enough.
Feds, he sold out his brother to save himself.
Every blog, every YouTube thumbnail, every TikTok repeated some version of it.
And Freddie didn't help himself.
He went on no jumper and said publicly that Beasy had been forced to sell everything.
Assets, property, all of it, just to cover his bond and legal fees.
Whether he meant it as shade or just cold commentary, the internet took it as confirmation.
The snitch label stuck immediately.
But here's what I...
So today was a hell of a day inside of the courtroom.
I'm going to keep it real.
Originally, when it first started, it didn't seem so much like Kiwan White lawyer had a plan.
However, as time went on, I guess she was doing something that was going to tie everything back in.
So it first had me a little loss, but she did recover.
Also, somebody ran inside the courtroom.
Well, not ran in the courtroom, but disrupted the entire courtroom yelling,
he didn't kill him.
I know who killed him, C.
And it was a GD member, right?
We'll get into all of that.
But first, but this is we're going to start it.
Let me get us on over here.
We're going to start it at right here.
Where it says, Key 1 White Trial started off this morning.
And his defense lawyer is asking a lot of trap house questions.
So the defense, she was asking a hell of a lot of questions about the trap house.
She even showed a piece of mail that had key one name on it that showed that he was actually living at the trap house
In my head, I'm thinking like, wait, why is she trying to establish so much about the trap house and him being at the trap house?
Like, I don't know if that helping his defense or not.
But somebody in the comment section said she was trying to establish the money he had wasn't for a hit,
but for being a drug dealer.
So therefore, it'll knock his charge down to like a capital murder, life sentence to a first degree murder,
which is 5 to 99.
So it's almost as if she knows he's cooked already.
So now she's just trying to like get him cooked less, right?
Like imagine you cooking some, let's just say some baloney or something on a stove.
You know what I'm talking about it.
And you know your baloney.
Okay, real quick.
What the hell?
They said Mama Duck has made a video and she's addressed,
she's addressed Wack 100, but me too.
What the hell?
Let's see this here, chat.
What's going on?
Here we go.
I'll react to it.
Public service announced.
Yesterday, the devil test me.
So I'm about to get out a testimony.
Because every test has one.
Okay.
I allow two very, very known influencers to raise bait me.
I realized that they are set up like it went like.
I was really set up because I noticed once I look at the video,
I noticed that my speaker was down and his was all loud and stuff.
You know, they were in.
No, Mama Duck, trust me, I pointed it out during the call, you were not set up.
I know you from Chicago, Backdoor City.
People set each other up and murder each other, but this is not that serious.
I pointed it out to the chat.
For whatever reason, I don't know if Wack has some way how to do it,
but Wack voice was significantly louder than you on a lot.
that call. I admitted that. That's not me to do. That's not me to control. I've noticed that even on
Clubhouse. I've seen people argue with Wack and he overtalks them. I don't know if he's shouting
close to the phone. I don't know what he's doing. But Wax's microphone on a phone call
tends to be louder than the person he's arguing with. I've never really seen it the other way.
Now, usually that's on Clubhouse. I don't know. It happened on FaceTime. Trust me, if I could have
turn your voice up.
And if I do know, if somebody in my chat knows how to turn up, like, another party's voice
on a three-way.
We were on FaceTime audio.
Actually, it was FaceTime video.
It was FaceTime video.
If you know how to turn up one party or turn down another party, I don't think they'll,
there's no host of like a FaceTime call like that.
That's multi-people.
So just to let you know, Mama Duck, trust me, I was not trying to backdoor you.
I'm not trying to make you look no type of way because I did acknowledge.
the same thing. Wack was super
loud. I don't know how he does it.
Instigating and you know what,
I feel for the Okie-Dokia.
I feel sabotaged.
I know better, but it's like
people know how to.
Like, that was horrible.
Like, and I didn't do anything to deserve
that. You know what I'm saying?
But it turned out to be for the better.
Even though I was raised,
baited, and sabotaged
against, you know,
by act, and whack.
No, I did not sabotage you, Mama Duck.
No, I'm telling you, I think she really believes,
and I understand why she would believe that,
because I'm confused about it.
Wack was so damn loud,
and I feel like she was getting her points off.
She was saying stuff.
That's why when Wack left the convo,
did you notice her voice went up?
Wack would frequently leave the convo.
He was just hang up.
And I guess he's watching the stream,
then he'll call back in.
Her voice got louder when he left.
When he came in, her voice was, or he could talk over her.
I don't know how that is done.
It's okay, though, because I don't know about the algorithms.
You know what I'm saying?
I got 47K subscribers on my YouTube.
Well, yago subscribe to her YouTube.
You know, again, if I was up to some funny stuff, I would admit it.
But, you know, I'm proud that she's gotten some followers.
Yeah, I wish the voices were equal.
because I know you were popping your shit too,
but people should go check out your YouTube
that whatever you didn't, you know,
whatever you were saying that people didn't,
couldn't hear, you could say it on your YouTube
and, you know, your voice could be heard
because I called you initially
to make sure your voice is heard, okay?
Trust me, I did not try to back door you.
I know you're from Chicago,
but that is not how big act works.
I'm not down with the backdoor tings.
No title around here, okay?
All right.
It's a little bit more here.
About this text repeatedly.
When the text came out, I want to say Brian Steele, it was hit him doing cross.
He read text messages that came after that text and before that text.
What came after the don't book no flights connected to me was a wedding.
So here's the problem.
Before it was a wedding.
That happened on August 18th.
The text after that happened on August 19th.
However, the text after that was from Jason Smith.
And he was saying, tell Jay, congratulations.
on the wedding. That's what the text said. And so the person who took the stand was Jay. And so he was
up there to say, yes, I was really getting married. Yes, I invited Dirk. And anytime I invite Dirk,
I know that he has a team and I never know who he's going to bring so like he can bring a good
amount of people. Child, they didn't show us his wedding invitation. They showed us. They put all his
little wedding stuff on the screen. So we got to see that he was really getting married on the, all
August 20th, right? So the day before this murder happened. So that text message about
tell Jay, congrats on the wedding, was about this J. The defense was trying to show, at least
how I took it, that the don't book no flights connected to me was connected to the wedding and that
it was like dirt trying to say don't book flights for people who are going to this wedding
connected to me. I'm not really sure. They never like put a pin on what exactly they were trying
to say it means outside of. Yeah, they were trying to muddy the waters. It's trying to say that,
hey, listen, he was talking about multiple things. And the last thing actually that he spoke about
verbatim was a wedding that he would also have to fly to you. So how could you just pinpoint that and say
that what had to do with the murder? They were clearly trying to imply that don't book no flight
connected to me is related to the tell jay congrats on the wedding that's essentially what this witness was
for oh and he also and he also um because he is a talent manager or talent agent the attorney i think
it may have been brian was asking him or maybe drew but he was asking him is it common for artists
to change their phone numbers and this talent agent manager
whoever, Jay, he says, yes, it's very common.
It's pretty normal.
It happens very often.
It's a normal thing.
So that was the other thing.
They were, because Dirk changed his phone number 17 times,
between, like, in the span of, I don't even know, seven years or something like that.
No, it was three.
This guy was like, this artists do that all the time.
That's not like a big dick.
And then we went to lunch.
And all throughout lunch, people around the town were like,
it's going to get spicy.
It's going to get messy.
after lunch.
The next witness they call
is a girlfriend of jams.
Not currently,
but she was his girlfriend.
Her name is Brianna.
Yes, you can see Dirk's reactions to all of it.
Dirk posted on his interaction.
Brianna got up there.
And
I don't want to see.
It said he posted. Let's see.
Allah is the greatest.
That's what you say.
Eric's Instagram story.
A lot of the greatest.
So this is Jam's
girl, pre-prior girlfriend.
Jam
Steele was doing her cross.
I mean, her direct.
I keep saying it's because it's the defense.
And she kind, and the way Steele starts
his direct examinations is like,
please introduce yourself to the jurors.
Tell them your name. Tell them how old you are. Tell them where you grew up. Who you grew up. Who raised you. Your mom, your dad, single mom, auntie, uncle, cousin, brother, friend. Tell us your education. How much schooling have you had? Tell us what your occupation is. Where do you work? And tell us if you've ever been arrested or convicted of a crime. She goes through her whole thing. I think she said she's like a counselor now. Blah, blah, blah. She said she's never been arrested.
and never been convicted.
Okay?
She says her aunt raised her.
She actually said her mama was pregnant with her at 11.
Her mama had her at 12.
And then her mama got incarcerated.
So that's why she was raised by her aunt.
It was actually crazy.
Brianna says that she started developing a relationship with Jam in 2016 when he was still incarcerated.
Okay.
And I don't remember how she said she met him because he was in prison serving that 12 year
bid.
but she met him and they started dating in 2016.
He gets, she visited him in prison.
She said she was going up there.
Jail house girlfriend.
He gets out in February 28th, 2022.
So 16, 17, 18, 19, 74.
She dated that man six years, five.
Let's have his time.
He did 12 years and she dated him for six, the last six.
That's a long time.
And then they broke up in two months.
I just put that together right now.
Okay.
So she said she used to visit him in prison.
She dates him for the six years.
He gets out on February 28, 2022.
When he gets out, she picks him up from the train station with his mama.
And they were living together when he got out.
So he was paroled to her house.
So they're living together in her house when he gets out.
He gets out February 28th, 2022.
I think Brian still asked her, how long were they together?
And she said, I think I put him out in April.
I said, wait.
He got out on February.
How'd you put him out?
She put him out in April after six years of being together while he was incarcerated.
Put him out in April.
Absent makes the heart grow fonder.
She was tired of that nigga 60 days.
Get him out of here.
Due to him thinking her house was like a revolving door is what she said.
She was asked, did Jum tell you about Dirk?
And she said, yes.
when Jam got out of prison
Dirk provided him
clothes and shoes
but according to her
he was expecting
some money he was expecting a payment
but all he got
was clothes and shoes
so according to her
jam was mad
that Dirk got out that jam shit
when he got out. Get him 50
according to her
Jam told her
that Dirk
is a
whole ass
in word and a B word
bitch ass nigga
and she said
that according to
her
jam also told her
because Dirk was
saying his name and songs
I think if you've watched the video you know that
Dirk was making music and
talking about jam jam jam get out that jam
well like when he was making music and
mentioning jam in the songs
that
Jam felt like
Dirk had had
success. His music success was because he was mentioning Jam's name because Jam is the one who had
the record, the criminal record. And so he felt like he was owed some money because you dropping my
name in your song because I'm credible because I did crimes and you're not paying me and I
should be paid. He felt like he needed a payment. And if he wasn't mentioned on the song,
it wouldn't be as successful because of his criminal history. That's what she said. That's my note.
That's my note.
She, according to her,
Jam also called Dirk a goofy,
said he had just jumped off the porch,
and that he could make Dirk do anything he wanted him to do.
That's what she said,
that Jam told her about Dirk.
And that he feels, basically,
he feels like Dirk owes him.
So that was kind of the point.
According to her,
Jam felt like Dirk owed him.
She said she hasn't spoken to Dirt and to Jam in a few years.
But when he got arrested for the gun case in 2023, she said he did reach out to her, but she didn't answer him.
And so the last question from Steele was, from your opinion, is Jam a truthful person?
And she said, he's not truthful at all.
He's a manipulator.
So that was her testimony.
So it's like, ooh, Jam might have been a hater, you know?
And so the government does cross.
Michael Morris.
I kind of want to, I kind of, I wish I could show y'all.
Let me see if I can look at Michael Morrissey.
Um, that's cute.
I'm like, y'all should see him.
New characters just enter the, the, the, uh, field chat.
New character.
Fence just brung up King Vons where one of King Vons' children's mother.
And it is the one that is in the service in the armed forces, right?
They brought her up on the stand to talk about a conversation that she had with Vani.
When she asked Vani who did with Who on a live King Vime,
and Vani told her, don't worry about it because he was going to take care of it, right?
And then they asked her, how do she feel about Vani?
Like what type of character do Vani come off as?
And she said that he's a liar and a thief.
And then they got into question and asked you why she feels as though he's a liar and a thief,
and she got to talking about a $300,000 trust fund that Vime was supposed to have set up for his son.
And when she asked Bonnie about it, the money wasn't there, allegedly.
Man, be careful who you call your friends.
So the defense just brunk up king.
Anyway.
All right, chat, I'm going to call it a day, man.
We've been having internet problems all day.
I do appreciate y'all rocking with me.
I know it's been long.
It's been, Paul, by the way.

We still got nine hours in.
I'll be back tomorrow.
But for the things that I, you know, was either struggling with today or I didn't get to because we're battling some connection issues.
Hopefully tomorrow will be much smoother.
We won't have closing arguments tomorrow.
That's going to be on Tuesday.
Okay.
I'm still trying to stream every day throughout the weekend.
Not necessarily about this, but we could focus on the yellow bezy stuff a little bit.
And also, obviously, there's some more hip-hop topics to talk about.
Okay.
So we're going to be doing regular streams.
And I know we've been consuming this Dirk trial, but there's a lot more things to cover.
