years not 50 years I'm sorry his real name is Mikkel Cooper okay and he was only 22 years of age he was tragically gunned down at a gas station, apparently it was 3.58 a.m. Some reports have said it was 5 a.m. But regardless, it was in the wee hours of the morning. And he was just lounging in a vehicle.

Apparently it was a Tesla, which kind of the irony of this is that he was in a Tesla at a gas station. Tesla's don't take gas. However, not too sure how all this happened, but people said he wasn't moving as normal. You know, I don't want to get into, like, there's so many conspiracy theories of how supposedly he was caught, quote, quote, lacking. They're saying he was at a studio.

They're saying that, you know, he has admitted to having a drug problem. They were like, he was kind of like loafing, so, you know, he's kind of like high or whatever. He's a little bit unaware of his surroundings. They're saying somebody got his low, gave it to some other guys. By the way, there's already people taking claim for the murder. We won't speak on that as more than that. But apparently he's kind of like, you know, maybe unaware that there's people following him.

Apparently two cars with six potential gunmen were following him, but four hopped out. So there was pretty much three each. there was a shooter or there was a driver that stayed in both cars allegedly and they're saying that the two vehicles they fired at him and they said two guys in each car hopped

out and he was sitting in the driver's seat okay he suffered a gunshot wound to the chest shoulder he was receiving treatment by responding officers at the scene but he was confirmed dead on arrival the Chicago police has not revealed the

identity of the shooting victim, but in public statements and in dispatch audio, it seems to be confirmed that the victim is Cooper McHale, known as Bloodhound Q50. He celebrated his birthday about five weeks ago in August 6th, and, you know, he dropped his latest project, Get Back or Die, Trying. I did do an interview with him, I think about last month or so. You know, he came out to New York, and I was very skeptical of, you know, making sure he was moving right, you know, for better or for worse, when it came to Vaughn, when Vaughn came in New York, Vaughn was pretty, he was moving right. Like, Vaughn, I know was moving right.

Even though he wasn't in the city, he was moving right. And I know obviously Vaughn died too. But shit, even that time, Vaughn had like 50 niggas with him. or at least 20 niggas with him. Bloodhound Q50, he was moving really light. He was moving, kind of just had, I think, one or two homies with him and like two girls. That's it. Didn't seem that concerned, you know?

But who knows? Maybe he's just in New York and he's like, man, this shit's sweet out here. So I did get into some conversations with him about how he moved in Chicago and, You know, he kind of dismissed many of my concerns during that interview. You basically said, niggies ain't on shit. Many years ago, in the generation before the Civil War in the 1800s, there was a French nobleman, Count Alexis de Toyckville, who lived in the United States and kept journals and published them when he returned to France.

And the reason he did was because he loved the United States. And at that time, even in France, our great ally in the revolution, that was, there was a real sense that the United States, United States would not endure as a constitutional republic. We were too big. We were too populous. We were too different. We were, of course, before the Civil War, bitterly defied on issues of race. Most of all, it was politics and ideology.

Moreover, because of that, many people in Europe and even in France doubted that without the pillars of tradition, a monarchy or a hereder, hereditary, aristocracy, or an established church that the United States would survive as a United Nation. And he strongly disagreed with that. And where people in Europe, I know this is like some, this guy's going on a rant right now, right? He felt the vigor of public life and the fervor which with the citizens could pursue politics, where the source is a strength. But he was still wise enough to know that without some temperate of the popular passions that Constitution of Republic would not survive.

And he felt lawyers and judges provided that, along with written constitution. He noted that the lawyers and judges had far more prestige and authority in the United States than they enjoyed in Europe. But he also realized that the lawyers and judges could have not had the authority if no one knew what they were doing. And therefore, he particularly loved the jury system as he saw three great strengths to it. The first was he firmly believed that a jury could reach a better verdict, a more just

verdict and more than a single judge could ever do. And that was particularly true in criminal cases. But you also believe that by having juries, it maintained the role of lawyers and courts in having constitutional order. Because it was through juries that people knew what was happening in the courthouse, that people would be willing to show respect for judges and lawyers because they had seen them. And of course, many people, even after the revolution, couldn't serve on a jury, but their husbands could and their sons could. They could come down and watch. They knew that because the jury trials, what was happening in the courts. But finally, he believed that the jury system was a great strength to the jurors himself.

He called the public school. He called the public school that was always open. And the jurors learned about the government by participating it in such an important way. And also learned about the fears of the community. I certainly learned a lot from this trial about many things, a genre of music which I basically was unfamiliar with the music industry, with the ability of law enforcement to use either the internet or old-fashioned investigation to put a case together, and I suspect you all feel the same way.

With those remarks, I'm done here. I will be greeting you in the jury room to discuss some other things, but in the meantime, let me thank you on behalf of everyone here for your devoted justice. In this particular case, because you got to understand what happened, they failed to convict him for murder for hire,

but it was one specific act, one incident, the death of Savaya Robinson Little Pop. This next case is about him having a entom. surprise of individuals who listen to him and take orders and carry out crimes for his approval, which means they're going to try to find every crime. They're going to go back to 2019 and bring that shooting. That 2021 shooting, they're probably going to supersede that and put that as an official count because Vonnie's testifying. By the way, the same stitches in that case are going to be the same ones in this one too. Except there's two more.

The government just filled out their squad. They had three snitches in this case. Now they're going to have five. There's two more shooters from the Stefan Mack case. We believe they're snitching because they pled guilty to murder. And they pled guilty to murder for hire. So they did the same type of plea as jamming the bull in and flakas. So the only reason they would plead guilty is if they think they could get out of jail with a lesser sentence by telling.

And so this time, Dirk is going to be fighting at least five snitches. Be careful, chat. Duty low, I know you're doing the hop, skip, and bop. I know you're on six-ninths block. I know you're doing whatever. Be careful. At this point, all of the unindicted people,

it's about time they bring y'all in. They're grasping for straws. He lived in Atlanta or he lived down in Georgia, the GBI. I'm pretty sure the feds are confirmed with them. They're confirmed with the detectives in Chicago. They're saying, y'all know any crimes he did? Any shootings? Any this? They're probably asking other feds in other cases, hey, could we lump these cases together? they're going to try to

I've just done some research and they might actually be able to keep the little Pab stuff in for a second time, which just blew my mind, okay? I just did research and there is

basically a very famous case from the Supreme Court called Courier versus Virginia. And basically in this case, specifically, somebody had charges severed, okay? They consented to their charges being severed. I believe it was a burglary, grand larceny and possession of a firearm. He, wanted them severed he wanted the firearm severed he beat the burglary and the grand larceny in one trial the jury let him go just like dirk and then in the second trial they beat him up and he lost on the firearm charge and what is crazy about that okay the supreme court upheld that because he consented to the severance the the the double jeopardy clause was not relevant he could be charged for the firearms Now, Ross is wrong here.

This is, so the way I was worked, in a RICO, there could be a act that you've already got convicted of separately, as long as it goes to the conspiracy. Okay? So even though they're saying that Dirk is innocent of the little pop. thing, they're trying to create this enterprise. They're not going to use the pop thing against Dirk, but they're going to use it against Dedy. They're going to say, hey, he's already pled guilty to this, but they're going to list it for Dirk because they're going to list it for all three of them, and they're going to just say, hey, these are all the crimes that the gang has done.

I think he then files motions to dismiss. If he loses those motions, files a motion to reconsider. If he loses that, he files an appeal. And eventually you hope the feds get exhausted and let him walk. Okay. So let's talk about the civil case. Okay. So he said that.

And then he also said this at Trappler-Ross. So Ross, you're just wrong, respectfully. Stefan Mack is not the Vicar murder charge. The Vicar murder charge is low. Pab. So what's interesting is in the overt acts section and in a couple different sections in the indictment, it lists other overt, this guy, look at this guy, it lists other overt acts. And as part of those other overt acts, it mentions this Chicago thing, which I don't think they have a lot of evidence on. But the main indictment on count one only addresses the murder that he was already acquitted for murder for hire.

and I think that's what the motions are going to be based on. I honestly think that the U.S. Attorney's Office is going to really seriously take a look at this. Even if they file motions and the judge denies those motions, which he could, I think that the U.S. Attorney's Office has to take a good, hard look at this and think to themselves, is it worth going to trial on those counts where you're going to use the same witnesses that just got destroyed with those jail calls, which were vicious. and whether or not this is worth going forward with.

We're going to see in a bond hearing, I think they'll move for bond, and I think that the judge should give him a bond. I don't know what the judge is going to do in this. No way it gets a bond, and that's going to be the thing. They're going to have to sit, in my opinion, no way he gets a bond. Obviously, you know, shot to my man Bradford. You know, I usually defer to him anyway,

but I disagree on this one. You don't give a man a bond, even though he just beat, five counts. You don't give him a bond when he's still facing life in prison charges. And you don't give him a bond when you're the same judge. Remember, it's the same judge, same courtroom. And same prosecutors, we think.

But it's the same judge. The judge already made his ruling. The judge said, I believe he was going to run. The judge says, I'm not giving him a bond. I think he's a flight risk. And I think he's a danger to the community. That's what the judge said. For the judge to now change his mind because of the verdict of this first case,

I don't think he made up his mind based on the charges. He made up his mind based on the book and the flights. Oh, they caught you at the private jet hangar. And, oh, you drove off and they couldn't stop you. And, you know, yeah. So I don't think they will. But I think Dirk's attorneys are going to have to have a conversation with him and say, hey, listen, Dirk, could you stay put?

Could you, you know, hold it down while we try to get this out of here? Or how long could you hang in there before we have to make some moves to try to, you know, either figure these cases out that you could possibly get free? I think Dirk has already served two years. He should say, listen, take as long as you, I want a full acquittal or I want this case to be dropped, right? Which means they might try for bail once, twice or three times. And she goes and according to her testimony ends up meeting up with you afterwards. And this is where the story gets a little hazy. No, it don't.

So he wasn't allowed in the White House. But one of Trump's advisors, Lynn Patton, arranged a meeting at the Eisenhower. building with Boosie, myself, Alice Johnson, who is now Trump's part and czar. And I remember sitting in that meeting, and I don't know if you guys remember the pictures they were posted, but I remember sitting in that meeting and I remember explaining to Alice that I believe that Boosie was somebody that should be considered to have a second chance.
