Y'all know what they say?
Oh, we got 10, 17 people up in here.
Justin Kick.
Shout to everybody on R-blocking the building.
Hey, you know what they're saying, though?
They say in Atlanta stick together.
I'm just trying to figure out of the chat going to stick together.
Atlanta niggas, you know, Atlanta niggas look like they are down to die over y'all call and Thug a rat.
They're going to change the rules.
They'll kill the streets.
They'll do anything.
And I respect it.
I can't even lie.
Thug is a quintessential part of Atlanta.
Atlanta's history.
And if you got to move the goalpost, change the rules, do what you can.
But Thug got to be protected.
Even though they won't call it that, that's what's true brotherhood.
You know what I mean?
You change the rules for your man's.
That's how it goes.
We'll be have that here in the chat.
Merry Christmas, y'all.
Merry Christmas.
Merry Christmas and a happy New Year's.
Someone's a gun on rat.
We'll get to some of the stuff, man.
I just had to make sure,
I know today's a day for family.
I just want to be clear that I appreciate you guys time.
You guys have really powered me through so many difficult situations throughout this year.
And as we go forward with our 30 for 30,
I think we're probably on day 27 or something like that.
I don't know.
I want to thank you guys for empowering me through when we had hard times this year,
but also this streak as well.
So thank you guys.
And the mere fact that Yaka spare a couple of moments.
I don't know how.
Some people told me they celebrated Christmas last night.
What the fuck?
Because I see mad people with their family on Christmas, like last night.
They were like, oh, no, no, we did all the Christmas stuff last night.
Yeah, we did it at midnight.
We're just chilling today.
I'm like, oh, maybe I'm different.
Family time stuff is today.
So before I get with the fam, I had to get with my other fam, which is y'all.
and give you out some time and, you know, hopefully,
and I appreciate you guys for giving me some of your time as well.
So all is good.
Somebody said, we finally on screen.
What are you talking about?
Yo, that should be, that's the academy.
You guys are on screen.
Yeah.
Anyway, thank you guys.
If you guys tuned into last night's stream, it was a very late one.
But, you know, we went over a couple topics.
We did the young boy and a Lee Chapa stuff.
We did the Dirk topic.
Unfortunately.
I ain't going to lie.
You know me, I had a free dirt shirt on last night,
but I got to be honest.
Starting to think that the cooperating might be who y'all think it is.
Nevertheless, we also covered a really grisly, like, you know,
situation that happened that was pretty much all called on camera.
And I don't know if a lot of y'all peeped that.
I think we uploaded it to the channel so you guys could watch it.
I remember watching it yesterday, a lot of people say,
I turn it off, turn it off.
And it wasn't that I was trying to glorify that.
No, that's not the point.
The point is that, hey, you know, this is something that's going super viral where people,
it brings back the fear in a lot of people where we all have delivery people show up to our houses.
And they're delivering hopefully packages.
And that turned out to be a situation where the UPS guys turned out to be robbers and killers.
For the people who were a little bit triggered by it,
I do apologize, even though I will say this.
We sit here and we talk about a lot of drill music.
We talk about a lot of shit that y'all like, street shit, gangsters shit.
Well, you know, sometimes it is important for you
to see what the fuck we're talking about.
You know, it sounds great when you rap about,
oh, you spun the block, I hit him with the switch.
Well, sometimes you need to go see what happens
when niggas really go get killed.
And I'm not saying me personally,
I don't like showing grisly images.
of people dying, but, you know, sometimes we got to see what we are either glorifying
or what we kind of support.
Because if you support niggas killing or spinning the block and sending shots at whoever,
when the innocence die, it's kind of what you have to see, you know.
I always heard this.
My homie's, and I'm a shot to anybody in the military.
My home boy's in the military.
He's in the Navy.
And he always said, anytime when there's conversations about politics and, you know,
you know, geopolitics, you know, world politics.
He always stepped out of that conversation when it was friends.
Because not only could those conversations get contentious,
where people are like, you know, people are really passionate about politics and shit like that.
But he would step out of it because he would say,
it's easy for somebody who's lived their life entirely in the United States
who've never seen war,
who've never had to pull somebody off the battlefield
when they've been damn near fatally injured
or watch people bleed out and die in front of them.
It's easy for them to say.
say, oh, this policy is good and that policy is good.
But he always told me, he said, listen, the moment you go to war and you see the effects
of war, people losing their legs, people losing their lives, obviously.
When you see that imagery up close, you look at these conversations when people have
about should the United States deploy this overseas, blah, blah, blah, you look at it different
because you see the harsh realities.
You know, everything sounds sanitizing great when you're just arguing,
in X and O's while you're sitting at your air-conditioned or heated condo with people on the
internet or whoever else.
But when you see it up close, it's different.
So I only said that to say, I didn't put it to trigger you guys when I showed you guys
that body cam video and surveillance video of that home invasion.
But for all the bullshit that we do like in hip-hop, you do have to realize that's how it looks.
That's how, that's the visual representation.
yeah um very heart breaking video though there was like one part of the video where
i guess the one of the the oldest of the youngest which is you know there's a bunch of kids
that were involved too the oldest brother was pulling his younger brother away because he stumbled
upon and walked in on his mother's dead corpse she had gotten shot in the head by the guys who
did a home invasion and he had to pull his brother away and you know
She was heartbreaking.
I'll say the least, right?
Okay.
Okay.
Welcome.
Somebody said,
Damn, Matt, it's Christmas, man.
Sorry.
Okay.
Welcome to the stream.
We don't really have too many topics.
Obviously,
I'll give you, like, a little bit of a lead-up to what we're going to get into as we approach the end of the year.
We are five or six days out before the year ends.
We're going to get into.
to some recap content.
So, you know, we already did some, some awards, so to speak, from our perspective on who
is, you know, the MVP or who is whatever.
I think we should recap some of the albums, but also some of the moments that has driven,
especially streams like this and has driven our community.
So we'll get into that.
Oftentimes, as we go through day by day, things happen.
Like, think about this, right?
I felt like it was, I felt like two months ago.
but that's how long ago it feels
remember everyone was talking about
oh
Akash's wife
that was such a big deal at least maybe
on the internet parts that I frequent
it's been like
literally 10 days
now it seems
kind of old really old so sometimes
we go through things
throughout the year that we forget
how long ago it was
right
when you think about 2025
there's there's a bunch of things
that happen right
obviously if we go on a bigger scale or like outside of hip hop we had tell me some things that
happened this year i don't death is charlie kirk but that's kind of lingered because the after
effects are still being felt what else has um happened oh shit somebody said yo yeah yeah you
we're on twitch at the year at the beginning of the year that's a fact maybe more to come on that
but let's wait um yeah there's been a lot of stuff there's some school shootings that happen um what else
diddy oh my god diddy went on trial fuck name me the notable moments of this year for you
rat lana okay i get it yeah the diddy trial was a huge one right somebody said the best part
of his year was seeing ibro get clipped somebody said drink making a comeback okay
All right.
Iran versus Israel.
Well, I guess you're tuned into some geopolitics.
Somebody says R. Kelly stuff.
Cali.
Was the Cali fires this year?
No way.
That was like last year.
That was last year.
Dirk and Ditty.
Yeah, Dirk.
Dirk got locked up October 2024.
Most of the stuff has played out here.
David.
Okay.
Doesn't have to be in hip-hop.
Naked Joe Budding?
Oh, my God.
Why?
album y b tour
luka don jane
don't wasn't lucca was with
wasn't lucca with um
lakers last year
no the season started
this year oh shit
wow
pooh-sheisty came home
yet the more you kind of go over
12 months we live day to day
and we're kind of existing through moments
and sometimes we don't savor
that so we forget
how long time has
elapsed after some shit.
Uh, somebody says, I wanted you to react to the interrogation of Raphael Jackson.
Who's that?
Raphael interrogation.
Who's that?
I don't know who that is.
Oh, this shit right here.
Really?
This is St. Louis killer.
Okay.
What is your age?
28.
Your data.
Oh, my God.
all right um we don't really have much of a topic and i don't want to get too dark on on a day like
this we should we should be you know vibrant uh today's a day about family uh again i chose to
spend some part of my day with with one of my families which is you guys so even if it's an hour
for me to get on here it was important to me and i didn't want to have to go to hang out with
the fam and then think ah damn i can go kick it with the chat so i'm hanging out with you
y'all first this time around. Thanksgiving I did it the other way around. Okay. Uh yeah,
we could watch this a bit. The only thing we have to get into is the um, so Atlanta's sticking
together y'all. And Honeycomb Brazy has came out after, I don't know if you guys remember his like
criticism of Atlanta. He was basically saying, yo, how come Atlanta is moving the goalposts
and changing the rules? He specifically made mention of a few.
incidents where he felt like Atlanta
has completely
changed how people react
to certain things but it's only because
they're trying to protect one of their own. Who's their own?
They're talking about gunna. They're talking about young thug.
So he had posted a
Instagram live and he said this. Check this out.
He was talking about the fuck the street stuff.
You niggas. You niggas a lot of motherfuckin'all.
You niggas shaw a motherfucker man. I just whole whack.
What the fuck? I can cry teal.
I'm disappointed me, boy.
All you, nigga, disappointed me.

On front of the street, nigga.

All y'all, like that.
And I'm ready to die.

Oh, my grandma, nigga, don't care.
The fuck, nigga, come load it up.

Stating over me.
Hit me all in the head, boy.
Y'all don't care about that shit,

You need a lot shot out of motherfucking mind of this whole white.
What the fuck?
I can cry to tell,
now he continued with the longer diet tribe here.
Here we go.
Hold on.
Ain't nobody with them.
Babe man.
There ain't made up.
I'm really who I am.
I ain't rocking with no trend.
This is the street.
And I mean it.
And it is what it is, bro.
He's in the fed doing life in the streets.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, we be for the like, fuck it.
That way ain't going to say.
Don't scream like that though y'all said this shit as a trend to my street then
This one one you hit me oh soon I got out soon I got out the last time 2023 by I go I go pose on a rollo
Boom me and ralow found go get with the boy 21 jump in me dm boom oh nine brays ain't right he ain't
I'm like no for real like damn riloh telling like like shit I'm you know he said you gonna see what going on ain't
nobody with him babe ain't nobody I'm like shit I get the wife in the other
trying to see what going on, but you know, I ain't for Atlanta.
So I'm like, if there's some person this shit,
I don't know what's going outside.
I just don't take a n'n't worry.
I'm like, I'm going to be.
Like, now, this shit looks kind of funny,
though, I don't know.
Like, okay, the boy popped down on me.
Everybody cut right off a little fellow going out.
Little baby, everybody, everybody, everybody,
thugging, everybody cut them out.
But now, we swept that under the road,
now, you know, we swept that on the road.
We're gonna let gone and get out.
And they be rapping like a mom.
You're gonna too hard, but we listen to him.
He can tell, fuck, he's bitch-nish, and we know what going on.
We love gonna.
All right, cool.
That's your people.
That's y'all do y'all thing.
You hear me?
Do y'all motherfuck thing?
Do y'all fucking thing then.
I'm straight.
I'm good on there.
Oh, my grown.
I'm good.
I'm good.
They can't buy braids out.
Y'all can't do my black ball of me.
They can't do a black ball braids.
I'm good.
Now, maybe he's cap'n't.
But he is confirmed that the black ball has since happened.
So after these, apparently had an interview with Atlanta-based podcaster Big Bank.
And he's the one who did the infamous interview with Thug.
He just did one with Savage.
And apparently Honeycomb Brazy was going to do an interview with him.
And he came with some news today to say, yo, he said one thing about them Atlanta niggies.
They're going to stick together.
Big Bank don't even want to do the interview no more.
I'm thinking Big Unc was a real one
That boy hit my phone like
Hey man
I fought with you
Respect what you standing on
But these my people
I'm like
What the hellie
That's your sely
OG
So I went to no jumper
But you disappointed me
I can't even call you OG no more
He also gave some smoke to Moneyback Yo
And I believe
Fennett two times
He said
And Moneyback Yo yo
Your ass ain't teach a nigga shit by the fares
Who came home and dropped one song
And explained more about the fairs
in your whole tape.
Then he also posted that
Fennes Tuthans was watching the shit.
He said, Finesse, you laughing at what
I said about money bag?
He said, straighten that rumor up
the fuck you want. I'm Fins
just get off the net because I see
what's going on for real. I'm the last real
nigger left. Okay.
Now, I'm going to be honest with y'all.
I like this move.
I do like this move. And you know
what my problem in Atlanta is now?
I hate when people act like they're standing on a code.
There is no code.
So this idea that there's some street code, no, no.
Because there can't be a set of rules if you selectively apply the rules.
So there's no rules.
I wish Atlanta rappers would just come out and say,
yo, we're playing for keeps.
We love what we got going on here.
We've been running a rap game for a long time.
And we also have a lot of friendships and a lot of friends.
and damn their family that we've built over decades,
we're not turning on them for no little-ass, pussy-ass interrogation video.
And I would appreciate that because that's really what it is, right?
Atlanta is protecting thug.
They're protecting this and protecting that.
They're not applying the same rules.
They're like, you know, they're all stuttering when you ask him certain questions.
So, all right, so he's a snitch, but what about him?
I think it's just more respectable because I ain't going to lie, we all,
we all pick and choose to some extent.
Chad, don't we?
When it comes to your friend, we pick and choose.
You get what I'm saying?
Like, I haven't going to lie to you.
When it come to my friends, I pick and choose.
Right?
Y'all say something bad about my friend.
I'm going to research it 30 times.
Y'all say bad about my op.
I don't even do the research.
Fuck it.
It is what it is.
But I could be honest about it.
I think what's happening in Atlanta is that they're trying to pick and choose,
but they're trying to act like they're keeping it
all the way 100 across the board, that's not the case.
So here's the thing.
If Big Bank, which, by the way, Big Bank, I think is the premier podcast coming out of Atlanta,
if he didn't want to interview Honeycomb Brazy because he's kind of like talking really down on a lot of Atlanta rappers.
And he's basically saying this guy did that and this guy did that and you guys are hypocritical.
I think that Big Bank has the, you know, it's his platform.
He could do that.
However, he can't call himself neutral and impartial.
He should say, yo, I'm Atlanta first.
You see, we're now in a time where everybody is playing for keeps.
This is why you see like this new, and I hate to bring in the politics,
but, you know, I've been watching a lot of politics and kind of, it's kind of entertaining for me.
That's why you see like this new movement of like maybe like the right wing is popping up.
The Nick Fuentes of the world and, yo, people want to do America first.
What would I mean?
It means they don't give a foot.
what's going on in Germany, China, Hungary.
They don't give a fuck what's going on in Ukraine, Israel, Jerusalem.
They don't give a fuck what's going on in Palestine.
America first, then we'll get to y'all bitch-ass niggas,
you're respectfully.
And that's a movement where you're having Americans basically say,
yo, hold on now.
We don't know what the fuck going on in Venezuela.
Fuck them niggas.
People are kind of into the movement that says it's us before them.
And I kind of rock with it.
I do rock with it.
When we elected,
I feel like I'm getting political now.
When we elected Barack Obama,
we wish he had that mentality.
We was like,
yo, listen,
at the end of the day,
I'm the president of everybody,
but I'm black.
So I got to do some black shit first.
That's what people want shit
or people care about shit
that can benefit them.
We all pick and choose.
Right?
So like, for example,
if you're somebody
who's like you're against genocide
and you're against,
you know,
innocence being killed,
you're going to care about
what's going on
in Australia.
There was some mad shooting.
But if you're on some shit saying,
hey, yo, I'm America first.
You know what it says?
You're going to pick and choose
and you're going to prioritize
what goes on with your people.
I think that's what Atlanta got going on right now.
Atlanta realized, yo, Atlanta's not kicking
young thug out the whip.
I don't care what y'all niggas say
he's not getting kicked out of the whip,
but they're trying to just change the rules
and act like that.
No, no.
I wish Atlanta niggins should say,
Thug is a legend.
He's the heart and soul of a lot of this shit
that's came out of here.
I don't care what he did on camera.
We're never turning against them.
Fuck that.
And that's what I think the mentality is.
And yes, Honeycomb Brazy, why the hell you won't go to an Atlanta-based podcast to go criticize
their people?
They're Atlanta first.
Now, I say that to say, I wish other regions would do that because Atlanta is now showing
us their true colors.
They're Atlanta first.
New York is not New York first.
every other place when you think about demographic-wise
when it come to music, they're not their people first.
Niggas's been saying that.
New York people play more Atlanta music than Atlanta.
If you are New York artists,
you probably could get play quicker on an Atlanta radio station
than a New York radio station.
New York fuck with other regions more than they fuck with theirs.
You know reasons like that.
They jack other regions more than themselves.
They're not going to be like, yo, it's us first.
It's never that.
So when you watch how Atlanta is moving because everybody is dick rowing
and giving Atlanta the credit for all these years or how they're so dope,
they don't got no beef, we thought they had no beef, they're so perfect.
We get to see their true colors now.
Atlanta is Atlanta first.
Even when it's wrong, they call it right.
Even when they will get you out the paint if you are critical of what they got going on.
Because you know what?
They don't care.
Yo, they're glad that New York niggies.
with them. They're glad that they get
fucked with on the West Coast and the Midwest
and shit, even in Miami and
the South. Cool. But Atlanta's
Atlanta first, and I can't
knock it. I can't knock it, y'all.
Make Atlanta great again.
That's the new MAGA. Make Atlanta
great again. And they're not shy
about saying, hey,
we could criticize each other. Yeah,
Pluto and Savage men not see I to
eye, but we're going to piece it up.
Yeah, I know he snitched on him, but we're going to
sweep it under the rug.
We're going to do what we're going to have to do,
but Atlanta going to choose Atlanta.
I respect that.
I respect that wholeheartedly.
Now, as everybody watches Atlanta show their true colors,
it's on you for you to,
if you're in your city, Jack in Atlanta first,
you need to have,
and I ain't going to a lot of you.
New York did have that type of mentality,
but I feel like people like kind of got it out of there.
What Atlanta is showing every other city right now
is that a lot of cities,
they write off their own city
and basically dick write another city
thinking that city is Wakanda or perfect
and you basically shit on your own city
so basically
okay you see some dudes doing bad
maybe they're doing wrong whatever
you throw them to the wolves
nah fuck these niggas nah I ain't on line
niggas ain't like that
you know the closest
not really anymore
but Philly used to kind of have something like that
Philly used to have a motto
stay out of a Philly bill.
Be like, yo, if you ain't from Philly,
stay out of Philly business.
You know what I mean?
If so-and-so shot so-and-so,
don't bring your bitch ass if you're not from Philly picking sides.
Stay over there, let us handle our shit.
If somebody snitch, stay over there, let us handle our shit.
I like what Atlanta is doing.
I just wish every other city in America
would start picking and choosing just like Atlanta does.
Because the idea of everybody standing on business,
that's not true.
Atlanta is shown y'all
and they're showing Honeycomb Brazy
and Honeycomb Brazy respectfully to you
that's what you fucking get
don't criticize Atlanta
like the myth of Atlanta is broken apart
most of them don't get along
and also this idea like
they're just thorough street niggas
that's out the window too
that's the home of the rats
let's keep it to be
what we're now finding out
is that they are moving cohesive
which I hope like think about like places
like Toronto
Toronto got, you know, they do have a thriving hip hop, like, you know, space.
But all they do is beef with each other.
All they do is beef with each other, bicker and fight.
And then anytime the world looks at Toronto, we look at Toronto beefing and fighting.
Same with Philly.
Now, now.
Atlanta is basically saying we're going to sweep everything under the rug, cover it up,
and present a face of solidarity when y'all see us.
that's how we're going to keep our shit popping
on whatever level we got it
and I think that's a great strategy
I ain't a lot of you
so Honeycomb Brazy
I think you're stupid for trying to go to Atlanta-based podcast
when you just been talking shit about Atlanta
wherever you're from Memphis
well here's a problem Memphis
niggins ain't sticking together
is he from Memphis
where is Honeycombeysy from
where you're from Alabama
he's not from Memphis what the fuck
well I think he was from Memphis
Or maybe because he's talking about Memphis niggas, like Moneybag yo and, um, um, um, ain't Finesse from Memphis?
Or maybe I'm all the way off.
Yeah, Memphis, yeah.
Okay, so he's not from Memphis.
Yeah, Memphis don't stick together.
I hope Memphis, New York especially.
New York especially.
You see, New York is the most jealous niggas I've ever seen.
They see one niggins start popping.
Like, put it like this.
A. Boogie and T.
They're beefing like hell.
Did you all just see this recently?
Look at this, chat.
Look at this. Look at this.
Look at this.
The two top artists in the city are beefing like bloods and crips.
Little TJ just posted QP, which is the guy who's the leader and like the owner of Highbridge the label, which A Buggy signed to.
They're beefing.
Come back and pay your bill.
This is today, chat.
Then he says he looked like he DM them
You left your man's you did bad
Little T.J and a boogie
The two one of the two biggest artists in New York City
No cohesion. They're beefing
In. Bro, we don't even know what happened with 21 Savage in future
We don't know the story
They took little sneaknesses
The next thing we've seen is, yo, that's twin, I love him.
Whatever it is got handled
the internet is not involved.
They claim that little baby jumped offset.
Man, this is like the biggest myth and the biggest rumor.
We don't know.
They keep it under wraps in every other city.
When somebody snitch, they kick him to the wolves.
Get that bitch-ass snake out of there.
Atlanta protect their snitches.
Nah, uh-uh, uh-uh.
Gun about to get brought back into the fold.
Not, nah, nah, uh-uh.
Atlanta know how to rock.
I'm telling every city this.
You got little TJ posting on Christmas Day.
Yo, A. Buggy's manager and label owner, come back and pay your bill like he's insinuating like he chased him.
That's what's going on.
So the two biggest artists are at odds.
They're doing some Jacksonville shit.
Now, granted, I don't want to get too much into that because, you know, there's a whole thing with, you know, T.J. getting shot, not blaming nobody.
But, you know, apparently the shooter was, nah, I mean, not.
I mean, I mean, I mean, let's keep it going.
But what I'm saying is, in every other city, the top artists, all they do is bicker and fight and is crabs in the barrel.
They're just bringing each other down.
And by the time you see they throw so much money at each other, you look at them like, uh,
Atlanta being the only place where they cover up all their snitching, they just, they act like they're not beefing when they are.
I ain't going to lie to you.
Atlanta has done the biggest magic trick
on the entire hip-hop population in years.
Chat, you know how many of these rappers were beefing
and they piece it up and you're like,
oh, why they didn't do music?
Niggi they're beefing full on.
They're squad in the streets out there
going against the other niggins squad.
But you've never seen it.
You only seen when they popped up with a pitch together.
You're like, oh, shit, they're cool now.
Oh, no, no.
You didn't even say they, because you didn't even know they were beefing.
Atlanta will have niggins.
beef and you don't know what's going on.
And that's why I say Atlanta stick together.
We're just seeing a different level now.
Atlanta is saying, y'all can't tell us who we got to call rats.
We love our rats.
You see, New York, they don't love their rats.
They chase 6'9 in Florida.
You see, if New York took the approach Atlanta took,
6'9 would still be in the city.
Now everybody got to rock with him, but people ain't got to know.
6'9 could still make his music.
He'll be still talking that new.
York, New York shit.
Y'all got six-knob and somewhere in motherfucking Okalaka, Florida, just tucked away because
all New York niggins do, they beef with each other, Brooklyn don't get along with
Queens, Bronx don't like this, stat knowledge is outside, it's all squabbles.
I'm telling y'all, Atlanta protect their own.
Every other city throws their people that make mistakes to the wins.
in my line
somebody said not Gucci and Jeezie
man we're talking about right now
listen check this out
that whole gun of toll shit
you ain't even hear no nigga
from Atlanta talk about it
like you kind of hear him talk about it
niggies been other people outside of
Atlanta talking about it
the whole Tia conversation
is other niggas outside of Atlanta talking about
it the young thug shit
niggas act like they don't know what you're talking about
it's the niggies outside Atlanta talking about
I'm trying to say other areas
need to take the Atlanta approach
Stop.
You got to remember when your city is popping, you have a better chance to be popping.
It's not when your city's not popping, you get a better chance.
It's when your city is popping.
So anyway, I understand.
And Honeycomb Brazy.
You're not supposed to go to the Atlanta podcast.
You're from Mobile, Alabama.
Go to the Mobile Alabama podcast to talk your shit.
Anyway, I digress.
What else we got going on?
in his head.
Gotta keep the family close, man.
Gotta keep the family close.
What else is going on?
Okay, we covered that last night.
If you guys didn't watch when I did a breakdown of NBA versus NLE, we did that last night.
Okay?
Let's hit some quick topics real quick.
Listen, we're not going to be here for too long.
We're going to try.
It is Christmas.
It's the most wonderful.
Oh, what the fuck?
What the hell?
Okay.
Yeah, of course, all this looks good when you take out the wrinkles and the fucking like warts that gets on your face when you get fucking old.
Yeah, if you just put somebody in a white beard, yeah, it's cool.
Is this papoos?
What is this?
Rick Ross?
Shout to Rose.
Who's this, Russell Wilson?
I'm surprised Future and crash out on this thing yet.
Who's this?
The game?
But these veneers are wild.
Holy.
Is that spider?
Oh, shit.
Okay.
You got some Christmas pictures now?
What's this?
Who's this?
I don't know these people.
All right, I don't know these people right here.
Who's this?
Is this Jello's baby moms?
Niki?
Here we go with Ray J.
Now, if you don't know,
Ray J got hit with a,
a stay away order from his family after when Thanksgiving came around,
he pulled out a gun on his baby moms and also some guy she was with.
So I guess he can't be around the family for Christmas and he sounds like he's lonely.
chilling at the crib.
I was just doing my own Christmas treat.
And usually the kids to see her presents and the whole vibe.
but I decorated the treato last night.
Here's what it looked like before.
And then that's what they look like now.
Yeah, I can tell Ray J. want his family back, man.
Ray J. want his family back.
Ray J just did too much bullshit probably.
You want his family back.
And I feel like he's been crashed now because he wants his family back.
Poor Ray J.
What is this?
Victoria Monet.
Who's that?
Who is this?
Yo, Shade room be posing some people.
I'd be like, these people are famous?
Angela Simmons.
Oh, she pulled up back to that crib.
They used to be doing the Run's house at.
That nigga probably still in the pool or still in the hot tub.
What was that thing in a Rev Run?
Who are you doing?
We're chilling.
Oh, shit, yeah, that's right.
It looks like you ain't age.
Are you leaving to go with Papa somewhere?
You ready?
Yeah.
You ready?
You leaving?
Yeah.
All right, buddy, man.
What are you listening to music?
You don't want to get out?
Okay.
I'm wondering,
did Angela Simmons break up with
Um, Yogadi?
What is this?
You got Drake and somebody
who's this Jordan Pauline?
React to a, let's rap about it.
50 cent freestyle this.
I'm gonna be honest with you, like,
listen.
The main O's statement.
stuff was cool, but y'all not going to get me to be reacting.
Like, I give no fucks about Mano and Jim Jones.
Okay, I'm sorry.
Like, I've never in my life said, oh, what does Mano think about some shit?
Sorry, I don't care.
Now, 50 say something.
I'll go look.
But if they're just lip wrestling, I'm good.
You know what this chick is like 60?
If she looks really good.
Bernice Burgos, I think she has, like, grandkids.
Like, whatever her wrinkle-less.
formula is? Wait, how old is she? Maybe she's not 60. How old is Bernice Burgos? Oh, she 45?
Hey, guys, I'm about to go to an ugly sweater party, and this sweater is getting ugly.
All right, Kevin Gay's going off. Let's hear this. Somebody said, yo, you've been with too many women in a year,
because apparently he got a new chick that he's saying that's his wife. You know, he was just saying it
was um what's your name brittney renner but uh kevin gates is now showing off his new chick
and he said she's his wife then he showed her off here
he says my heart is at peace my spirits in the alignment love made me better today's a real
nigga holiday he's also dropping a mixtape tonight by the way um t-wash uh detail what
up with you it says yo come come on it's a dude well do it for the fans bro i don't get
what fuck about
I don't want to listen to Maine
old rap bro I'm sorry
if it was fabulous yes
but like respectfully like maybe
y'all niggas listen to the mother niggas I only
listen to fabulous on that couch respectfully
anyway
this is the new
wife of
Kevin Gates
oh he got an album cover with her
oh look at him he's in love
okay let's hear him go off
I'll say one thing
I don't know who needs to
to hear this but I'm really talking to one person with your scary speaking on me
talking about some of he been with four different girls in a year you say four different
girls in a year you know a factor you got frequent fly miles on your poohmage all them
videos and pictures you be posting you never saw the world the world saw you like you know
why you speaking on me speaking on a real I ain't never did nothing but saluted you and respected
you yeah who is he talking to does anyone know
But who's he talking to?
I got to see who you talking to.
Yeah, who's the one person?
Nobody knows?
Who's the one person?
Huh.
But look, I got you something.
Got you a little orange, you heard me.
Oh, you'll eat you a little orange and stay out of real business time and I'm burnt out.
You only know about four that I've been with in a year and you tell I'm burnt out.
You do four bucks in an hour.
Yeah, man.
That's why you're put it in a shower.
You need to get in the shower.
You heard, man.
You got too many miles on your motor.
You need to go get that vascular rejuvenation, get your built, you hear me.
Go get your motor rebuilt and get out of business, yeah.
But anyway, y'all have a beautiful day.
Hey, fuck you.
But y'all have a beautiful day.
Who said that he's burnt out?
We could probably figure out who this.
So somebody said he's burnt out.
Let's see.
Who is it?
Brittany Renner said that?
No, she didn't.
Somebody was just called him burned out.
I am going to be doing some stuff today.
just hanging out with y'all for a little bit.
Does anyone know?
Nah, it wasn't, it wasn't a random comment.
It wasn't.
Definitely wasn't a random comment.
Whatever.
All right.
Okay.
Whatever.
Let me switch towards some rap shit.
We don't say cheese.
I read that already.
Got into that.
G. Herbill respond to a pitcher resurfacing of him
throwing up the rakes as a child.
He says,
I didn't want to look like a follower, so I used to say I was GD for no reason.
Huh?
So when you throw up the rakes, that mean you're GD.
When you drop the rakes, you're like GD.
Okay.
The Yerba says, man, I was a stupid-ass kid.
I was being rebellious.
All my homies was stones, but I didn't want to look like no followers.
So I used to say I was GD for no reason.
And we used to fight each other.
I took this picture literally on 75 in Kingston in the heart of Territown.
He says,
Don't gang bang kids go to school get some money take care of the fam
I was like nine peace unity love man beat the streets
That's dope
You basically saying that yo I was just a kid impressionable kid and by the way
You have to be a complete hater or be a really miserable person to not believe that explanation
This G Herbo looks really young. It looks like he's exactly
exactly like nine years old.
Would you expect a nine years old kid to be
reping the same gang
or saying the same thing that he's saying at 30, 35?
Come on now.
I think people know, like, you know,
if anything, this shows why this is sad.
Gee Herbo was born in and grew up around gang culture.
It probably made, even if he came from a good household,
came from a good house, who knows,
well, I guess we do know where he, he,
grew up at but even if he came from a good neighborhood he was indoctrinated around gang shit that
was going to probably force him to be a gang member kids around him was throwing up signs he felt
like he had to throw up sign that was the cool thing to do unfortunately from where he grew up at
that's what he was watching now everybody rocking with this you got whatever maybe he wanted to be
rebellious ah nah i ain't rocking with that now i'm i'm the other guys but for you to say anything and
I think people like drummed up this picture to say G Herbo switched gangs or like, no, he's a child.
If anything, we should open up a broader discussion.
How many of these kids are getting jumped into gangs or getting put on when they're like 14 and 15?
But they can even make up their mind on what they want to do next week, yet they have to be lifers with a gang that, you know what I mean?
They might not stand for the same principles once they come to age.
So I do think that's rather sad
And his explanation for anyone who needed it
I believe it
Like you know we're online these days
So like everyone loves the gotcha moment
Like oh you say you this
But yo we got the video or the picture of you not being this
Bro, he was look at him
He's the kids
Now hey I'm gonna be honest
And be fair with the comments some people say act
Nah nah you're wrong about this
that's the age you get put on or you do your thing.
Okay, I'm sorry.
I'm not from that environment,
so I'm still looking at it where you're a young kid.
Bro, you might also be just emulating.
It's the same way I would think kids emulate.
You know, they watch these movies and they hear these songs
and people glorify gangsters and shooters
and what they do with their friends.
They play cops and robbers, and they have fake guns,
and they, whatever, whatever.
They try to emulate what they see.
Are they having the thoughts of actually being these things at that point?
No, they think that's the cool, trendy thing to do.
Are we going to hold them to that standard?
Now, I get it.
There's a lot of people in my comment section.
I know you're wrong.
That's when you get put on.
So, I don't know.
Are y'all that invested to go find out if he got put on, being a GD at 9?
at 9
and then later on maybe he switched gangs
and now being a BD
I really don't care that much
but I do know people are invested in this type of shit
some people say yo
niggies jump off the porch early
somebody says yo I got plug
I got plug
plug GD at 13
alright
okay I'll
I'll be wrong
remember I'm not the gang member
I've never lived this type of life
So I'm the square guy speaking on this.
So I'm looking at this like, this is a kid.
I'm looking at this like him playing with a toy.
I don't know what he, he probably don't know what he's doing.
He looked young as fuck right here.
Everybody in this picture looked like they're teenagers, their kids.
I've heard kids say, yo, fuck this.
And then they grew up to be older and be like, no, I was tripping.
I don't even know why I said that.
But if y'all is saying this the age where kids make cognizant decisions of joining gangs for the rest of their life,
and if they then change their minds to either switch to another game
or not want to be in the game.
That means they're a fake, they're a fraud, or they're a bitch, whatever.
Cool.
I'll let y'all rock with that.
But from what I'm seeing, it's like a kid.
Now, again, I want to give credit to the people who are in my comment section.
A lot of people says, act, this is why, no, this is when niggas usually get put on.
People get taught stuff.
These kids are not just throwing up random stuff.
He was aligning with the GDs at a point.
Don't matter how young he was, that's the age, mad of these young Y-Ns, get on the set.
So if that's the truth, it is what it is.
It is what it is, okay?
Gee Herbal, I'm going to take you at face value, but here's the thing.
I'm pretty sure this won't go away.
You know why?
Because there's going to be a bunch of people who are going to be like,
all right, we're going to take your words of you saying you didn't know,
and they're going to find some other pictures or find some other people who could possibly say you didn't know.
We'll see.
All right.
Let me,
somebody's say,
I'm not reading Super Chats.
Let me open it with Super Chats.
Let me open it up.
Oh,
you want me to give you a Rod Wave concert review?
Wow.
I told Rod Wave this to his face.
Let me see.
Where it is?
I did post on the body show.
Not this show,
but it was a show.
But I want to give you a review.
Okay.
Rod Wave concert review.
And he also invited me to two other shows,
specifically one.
I won't tell you which one,
because maybe I go.
But, you know,
these are it's like when I come out to shows.
You know what I mean,
I give like the realistic,
and I've always told you,
I like doing concert reviews.
Like, that's one of the things.
I'm,
you know,
while some of these niggas,
you get the main olds of the world
that come there to look tough
and just huffing and puffing and puffing
and just looking all jealous at niggies and shit,
I go to these concerts to see how these guys,
guys are really rocking it. And I use that to be like, because again, if I sit here on the internet
and I talk about artists, I did it with Russ first. If you don't go see these guys and see like
how people that are not you, maybe you're not that big of a fan. You go to a ride wave concert,
they're crying. Yeah, they're bawling in there. I remember the first rod wave concert I went to.
There was a, there was these group of females and they weren't all in the same section, but they
were females. I did point that out. And they've been.
following his tour from city to city.
Those are black females.
And you could tell, they felt like they were almost damn there dating him.
When it comes to Rod Wave's concert and his tour, it's like young boys' tour, except
it's flipped on demographics.
Young boy is the only person I know that brings out 75% male black men.
75% men that are black.
It could be younger kids or whatever, but they're men.
that are black or males that are black.
Usually, if anybody know about throwing a party or an event,
you usually want to get 60% of women and the niggas will follow up.
And the niggis going to spend the money because they want to get with 60% of the women.
When Wabi throw a show is heavy niggas in there.
There's women too.
But at most, I would say it's, at most, I would say it's 35% women.
I think it's 70% men.
where Rite Wave is different.
Now, one thing he has that no one has is that it's primarily African American.
It's primarily people who come from, I would say, around the same environment like YB fans,
except these are the females that pop out the most,
and these are the people who feel that they come from certain situations,
the hood, whatever, and his music has passed.
them through emotionally through a lot of different things.
I'm always impressed by his audience and YB's audience.
By the way, I think both of them could go on a tour,
and that tour could be astronomical.
By the way, I don't want to give the spoiler because I talk to a lots of stuff.
But would y'all like to see a Rod Wave and YB tour?
Or maybe a couple of shows.
Would you like to see that?
What would that even look like?
And if that happens,
Let me put it into the dream world
What about a stadium
Y'all think they could do a stadium
Keep in mind
17,000 sold out Barclays
You had a young boy who came
There he did the same amount
But he also did
Jersey Boston
Rod's tour is a little bit of bridge
This time because
It's the first time he's doing his tour
But I get to the
Let me get to details and the business
To details of the tour
Let me tell you this
And I said this to Rod's face.
I said, Rod, I came out to your beautiful minds tour.
I remember the first time they invited me out.
I got to be honest with you.
I think Rod Wave's an amazing talent.
That wasn't the best show.
His fans was in there crying, passionate,
but his stage performance wasn't the best.
I never said that at the time.
Because you got to allow artists to grow.
It was a simple state setup.
It was just like this house that was there,
and he walked out.
And I remember me being there with some of the people
who didn't know Rod Wave at the time.
You know why Rod Wave likes me?
I want to let you know this.
So when I was at Everyday Struggle, this is 2018.
Robway was his new artist, and I remember they were trying to remember.
He's on the same label as Dirk.
I have a relationship with this label because of Dirk.
By the way, one of the guys who now is the main guy with his team, works for Alamo.
They're one of the guys who worked with Dirk.
I don't know what his relationship was with any other, like, media outlet.
I think maybe him and Sean got into some stuff.
but I love the stuff he was doing early on.
I embraced, and every time his label came to me with a song,
yo, they're trying to break a young Rod Wade.
I'm trying to break him.
It's like, no, I love this shit.
He's like, look at this fat dude.
He's, yo, he's talented.
I fuck with it.
And I showed him a lot of love.
And Rod is a real nigga because Rod never forgot about that.
His music starts to go up and go up.
And a lot of times people forget the steps and the stones they take
to get to the other side of the bridge they had to cross.
And Rod hit me up.
Much of times he said,
yo,
I just won't always tell you,
I'm a forever appreciate you because
when I was in that part of my career where I needed you,
man,
you show me so much love.
I'll fuck with you.
We've kept that relationship for years.
Y'all know me.
I'm a relationship type of person when it comes to dealing with artists.
It's not always about an interview, right?
And I think I do a good job picking those relationships
Because most of the people who I pick to have relationships with
They turn out to be superstars
They don't turn out to be like, okay
They turn out to be superstars
Playwork Cardi NBA young boy, Rod Wave
These are people who I didn't join in
See, I wouldn't mention Drake
Because Drake, Drake was on before I got on
So I wouldn't mention him
But I could mention these arts
because I remember at the early iterations of their career,
me supporting them,
and then when the time came where we were interacting,
I never looked at them as,
all right, you're just another fucking artist.
Come here and give me an interview
that I could just get my business going on.
I try to build relationships.
And also six nine, obviously, right?
So that's me and Roz relationship.
I remember him invited me to the show.
And when I went to the show, Beautiful Minds,
It wasn't the best show.
And just realistically speaking, the music was hitting.
Music was great.
But one thing I'll definitely say is that it takes an artist a while
to figure out what a great stage performance was.
From my perspective, and I could only speak for me,
I think Robbie was a little bit shy.
He wasn't maybe as comfortable in his own skin at that point.
You know, everybody, you know, people have jokes about him, me, or whatever.
Cool.
It was a simple stage setup.
He walked out.
It was an arena.
And when he walked down that arena, he performed in my man's who I brought with me.
So, because the people I brought with me, I had like five people.
They didn't really know Rod Wave that much, but I told him, I said, nah, it's my guy.
I got to go watch him.
When we're watching the show, they say to me, why does he perform like that?
And I'm going to explain it to you.
If anybody went to the Beautiful Minds tour, I only went to one date that time,
but Rod Wave walked out, you come out of this little house-looking thing, that was a
set and when he was performing, his back was to the crowd.
His back was to the crowd.
It was noticeable to the people I'm with because they've never seen an artist
perform with their back to the crowd.
And he was like almost eyes closed, just singing into the mic, and he was like really
passionate.
But you could tell like he didn't really know stage presence.
He wasn't really like interacting with the fans.
And I think he just wanted to go up there and just sing a song.
And that's from my perspective.
Somebody can be like,
act you're wild and that's not what happened.
That's cool.
I'm telling you what I seen.
The fans loved it because, you know,
the thing about Rod,
Rod is not a sex appeal nigga.
He's not a nigga who does the most.
He's not overly animated.
He's a guy that comes with passion, great music,
and he comes with the shit.
That's why there were people in their crying.
So he sung, and my guy who I brought to,
I'll tell you about the Houston show that I'll tell you this,
because those are different things.
tours and I've just seen him turn into a great performer.
That's what I'm telling you about this performance that the fans were there, the passion
was there, but his performance wasn't all the way there yet.
My boy always was joking.
Like, man, we went to that Rod Wave show.
That nigga was just singing into the mic.
He was just like, look at, because you can see him on a Jumbotron, but he wasn't looking
at the fans.
And they were like, yo, he was just singing to the mic and like every like about 40
seconds and so he had like this rag, he would wipe the sweat.
And he was just, my man was just like.
like he would always like joke about that but yeah that that was a tour at that point still i was
impressed he sold out an arena it's hard to sell in arena another reason why you know is the reason
why i like young boy i don't like an artist who hang who got to be in the cool crew just to go do some
shit if you need five artists to be dick round you and all y'all run up in a venue together all the
so-and-so and friends and so no no no do y'all think another reason why i like to
and I enjoyed going to Rod's concert,
Rod had nobody with him.
When I was backstage, that time with Rod,
there was nobody there.
He wasn't a rapper who needed a dick ride somebody else
to have a bunch of friends,
and that's what most of these rappers do.
They insulate themselves with other things that's hot
because they don't really believe in themselves like that.
And they play the dick riding game.
Rod, same with young boy.
Nobody.
They're just there by themselves.
By the way, I'll tell you even for this show,
His one opener was YTB Fat.
He showed love to Max B.
Max B came on and then it was Rod Wade.
That's it.
There's no bunch of everybody.
Nah, cut that out.
He don't need it.
It's Rod Wade.
So I always was impressed by that.
I knew over time his performance was going to get better.
He invited me out again.
He said, I want to do an interview, but not like one of those sit-down interviews.
You know, I'm not comfortable with that.
And I've always been cool with artists when I'm not trying to get you.
your comfort level just to get a fucking clip or whatever like I do millions of you by myself
I don't need to try to exploit you like so if we have a relationship let's make it work
you say you know it'll be dope let's come to the show and let's do more a day in a life
that would be more comfortable with me and I said I do a day in a life with you he said well my
my tour starts in Phoenix um let me go to Dallas like third or fourth day was Houston and I said
I'll pop up to Houston I want to see how you rock out in Houston I went there and
They show me so much love to Rod Wave.
His team brought me all around.
We went to the mall.
We did this.
I watched him shop.
I watched him interact with everybody.
Just watch him just be a really regular person.
And I went to the show.
And I saw the production value up.
Now, we had talked some business in.
I'm going to throw some business in this, too.
Because at that time, I don't think Rod cares about me mentioning some numbers now
because there's some lawsuits going around and those numbers are already out.
Rod had told me he had secured almost like a $60 million deal for a tour.
He chose not to go with a Live Nation.
He was going to get, think about like $700,000 or so per show.
This other company, A.G. at the time, gave him more money.
They basically gave him the entire money.
And this is what I like about Rod Wave.
And this one we talk about business.
Rob Wave is a hands-on guy.
He started doing deals.
and he realized how important live shows were.
When now it was upon him to, like, hire what he wanted.
So you get $60 million.
You could do, remember I told you about his first show?
You could do the basic level of production.
No pyrotechnics, no smoke, no this, no that.
And you could, if it's $60 million,
you could pay for your production with $6 million, $7 million.
So you take home $50 million.
By the time I went to this Houston show, his performance and his stage and everything else, he told me the numbers.
He said, Act, they gave me 60.
I kept 40, but I took 20 and I went and got one of the best production crews.
So basically, from 60 million, he took 40, 20 goes back into production.
He said, act, I was inspired by Drake's tour.
The Drake, it's a Blur tour.
the tour where
and by the way
that's why you see even this
because this is another step up
he said
I'm not a nigga who's going to be on stage dancing
I'm not doing too much
but I want to give a hell of a show
he said when I watched Drake on that
It's a Blurred tour he had a 360 stage
I wanted the 360 stage
some of the problems on that tour happened
because of the production he went with
I ain't going on a lot of you
but he paid a pretty penny for
$20 million for production
and for him
he was saying to me
insane to everybody.
I care about my shows.
My shows, rather than just saying I could make this amount per show, I want to make
this shit good.
I went to that Houston show.
The show was amazing.
He was a markedly better performer than he was when I saw him first, but also everything
else helped him.
I don't know if there was dancer, but there was a lot of pyrotechnics, lights that had
the lift that lifted him into the crowd because I remember he told me he said
Drake did this thing where Drake stood on this thing and it lifted him and
catapulted him into the crowd where people could feel like they were close to
Drake because Drake was hovering above them he said I wanted to do that he did it
and I'm not going to lie I watched that performance that performance are great it
looked better it was meeting you know his thing is vocal delivery
he's getting his energy and stage performance up a little bit because he's no longer remember he's now in a 360 stage he can't turn his back to the crowd no more because no matter where you turn it back to there's a crowd it's 360 but he's also getting more comfortable not to make a long story short not to make a long story long or a short story long because that's what I do this this performance around this was the best production value and performance value I've seen him have
sold out arena he worked every into that stage pause um stage presence was there confidence was
there vocal talent clearly always is there connecting with the fans this is rod wave at his
peak now let me get to the business because again the show is amazing they have monitors
four sides around up top he's on there by himself no hype man no backup singers no nothing
He's there one-man band
He's doing the whole thing
On the lower thing where the stage is at
There's screens as well
That have all type of stuff
It's really high production
So eventually, you know
The show is great
I go back there and me and him
We're kicking in and he said act
He said this is the part of the business
That he's one of the most proudest about
Now Radoave has been through a lot
Rall Wave has been there
Live Nation has been trying to get
him under their control that they could throw him whatever.
Yeah, at this point, let me throw you, let's give you $800,000.
He's figured out the live game, and he figured it out from before, because when he had taken
the deal, and I think he'd got like $700 with this new production company for the one
I went to Houston, Live Nation offered him 400.
Live Nation, they're the big dogs on the block.
If they control the situation, they give you whatever.
you got to take it. But really there's
way more money. If we think about the money
that's getting
you know collected in these venues, right?
He's selling
over $2 million in tickets.
He's selling half a million in merch.
Are we talking about concessions? Obviously, they're not going to give you the
venue stuff like concessions and liquor
and whatever that's sold there. But
if you think about it, you are grossing
as an artist.
Three million, three and a half
when you add ticket sales merch this and third
if Live Nation takes over
everything for you
they'll throw you a nominal fee of
okay cool
all right here's that $700,000
or $800,000
but then they get to collect a million and a half
why
you don't control your merch at that point
you don't control
you know all the ticket sales
like you're basically just doing this big deal
and then you forfeit so many things that Live Nation does.
So what he did was break down the numbers for me.
And this is where, you know, I hope most artists,
especially if they could bring a crowd out.
Not every artist could do this.
Some of these artists are only rolling loud artists.
Like they can't really do what he's doing.
Show me the wrong numbers.
2 million and 50,000.
50,000 was for a jet.
There's a 500,000 deposit to get the venue.
This is the first show.
Once the tickets hit a certain mark, he got that money,
and then once the thing sold out, he got the other rest,
which was the million.
So it was half a million once it went to a certain plateau,
and then another half a million before,
and then there was a million then,
and then there was another half a man before,
and then a jet money.
Here's the point, not to really bore you with all the details.
The business that he's operating on is one that I feel like if rappers
who all claim their hustlers really know how to market themselves,
don't play about some bullshit and make great music,
they could be doing the same.
They could be doing what RaiWave is on.
And now, a lot of artists also talk that shit, but they don't show it.
You know what Rive did?
Say, hold on, I don't want you to be back in Kansas hit
because everybody back there was all teeth.
They're smiling.
They know it's like they're hitting a lick.
Now, he's breaking everything down and you would think you'd be like,
all right, just trust me, bro.
He said, nope, give me the phone.
Gets the phone.
He shows exactly how it works.
He says usually we work with a promoter, whether it's Live Nation, we work with this
other company.
I've cut the middle man out.
I'm working with these venues directly.
We form a deal that's been structured kind of like this.
And based on the ticket sales, we feel.
we're going to get in the majority of cities,
this is the money that we know we could guarantee.
We bring our own merchant.
We busted from city to city.
We control everything.
We don't need the middleman.
Keep in mind.
I'm super proud of him because when we were back in Houston,
Live Nation was trying to get him so bad.
Live Nation flew out a representative to show up there to try to,
hey, okay, no, we see, no, you're doing a great show here.
we want to get you under the phone we want to again obviously it's probably more headaches for him
he has he's building out a team um and one of the final questions i asked him while we're back
there in the dressing room i said i said do you ever take a second and think you know how your uncle
would feel about all the shit you're doing now and it was like a real almost emotional moment
where he's like yeah he's like man he said one thing with me i've always learned a lot of
from like people who are my elders and like I'm one of them people who if you have like
an old head around who say some shit I don't be like ah man go ahead go ahead old school he's
like no I'm gonna take that shit to heart and actually put it to our action so yeah um
really great thing he's doing and I hope a lot of artists learn for more or collaborate with
him because you know I won't mention names but he talked about trying to help other artists
who he knows could pull the crowd who really why would you shoot why would you shoot
yourself in the leg and be a pawn to Live Nation and be controlled
by them, they give you whatever and they set all the terms.
If you could do it yourself, they're not coming out because of a Live Nation.
They're coming out because of a Rydway.
And, yeah, salute to him.
All right.
My bet, I probably dragged that a little bit, huh?
Holy.
All right.
Chat, let me see if I could give, like, maybe one more topic.
If not, I got to be out of here.
I love y'all.
I love y'all.
is Christmas. I know. I know. Give me a break. I will, you know, we still got to be back on
tomorrow. Nothing don't stop. But I wanted to be on here with y'all to let y'all know, you know,
you know, I've been really committed these last couple weeks, and I appreciate you guys for being
committed with me as well. So, Diddy is officially following his appeal.
And this appeal is, this appeal is trying to get out of prison earlier than what is supposed to be like 2028.
Now, Alexandra Shapiro, which I told you was the appellate lawyer that was on deck.
She showed up to court.
She was the person making sure all the objections was going up.
She was really, you know, surgical in trying to make sure every, no stone was unturned.
And if anything was overruled or the judge didn't seat their way, they made a record that, yo, we're going to go.
ask another judge about this at a later
of time. Now, some people would say it's a win
that Sean P.D. de Combs
was not sent to jail for the rest of his life
or even over 20 years. He was only given
a few
years, which happens to be like from, with everything
with time served, he's going to do like three
years left, which would
be around 2028
his release.
Nevertheless, he still
filed an appeals because that's why
Payses his lawyers that he could possibly get out
earlier and you never know. Maybe he'll be out next year.
one of these appeals are successful.
So his legal team is now ripping the judge, which is Judge Arun Submaranian,
and accusing him of crossing the line with a 50-month sentence.
They're saying he was acting more like a juror than he was actually acting like a judge.
The Diddy team has filed an appeal, and they did it late Tuesday, right, which is very important
because it's before the deadline of when the courts close and you would have to basically submit it after New Year's.
but they submit it before and it says they're saying his conviction should be overturned
so they have reasons for that you know their arguments for that is a number one did he is the
only person that's been convicted of um you know prostitution of pretty much men you know like
he's he's he's he's the only guy where he's sent to jail for prostitution um incompletes
comparison to other people's cases which never had this type of conviction, right? And sentence,
okay? So remember, the sex trafficking did not only include Cassie and also Jane Doe,
it included the sex workers. It was basically saying that was the prostitution, right? Also,
he's making a point that how is it prostitution when Did he never had sex with the people he
paid? Remember, Cassie and Jane Doe, he's saying,
saying I didn't pay them, even if he, you know, pay for their way they lived at.
And he said, no, no, the sex acts, the free cops I were talking about, I paid or I paid
through a surrogate, which was Jane Doe or Cassie, I paid the male sex workers.
I never fucked none of them.
That's what he's saying.
And he's saying, yo, how am I convicted of prostitution when I'm the only one not fucking, right?
And it says it says it should be overturned his conviction.
And if not, it should be lightened.
His lawyers have filed multiple appeals before this one singles out the judge
because it says the judge was acting as the 13th juror, right?
It says in the documents, the lead appeal attorney,
Alexandria Shapiro claims the judge draconian 51 sentences based on the conduct
for which the actual jurors acquitted DD.D.A.
They're saying, yo, the judge is looking at these other factors
of him beating up Cassie or him blowing up Kid Cuddy's car,
but that's involved in the RICO.
But the RICO he was found not guilty of.
How the hell could you sentence him on a harsh level to anordinate sentence when the things that would require that sentence, he was actually found not guilty of.
It's basically said, you heard so much bullshit.
Even if it wasn't true, you're just going to still slam him.
And that's not how he should go.
Shapiro claims that Suburanium incorrectly said during sentence, he could, and by the way, Sumerian did.
I remember hearing this, could consider did he say.
behavior related to the more violent charges even though he's been acquitted of them now this is where it
gets a little bit tricky because supposedly the judge could consider your behavior but your
behavior throughout the the charges and the and the things you're actually found guilty of so for example
if you stole i don't know a candy from a store but but in the process of you stealing candy from a
store, you ran five red lights, you then went over there, you slapped this.
Like, they could consider the things you weren't charged for in sentencing you for the shit
that you were actually guilty of.
But considering conduct for things that you've been acquitted for, that supposedly is a
violation.
And that's what Alexander Shapiro is actually weighing on.
She calls it a violation of Dilley's constitutional rights insisting that a sentence should
only be based on the two counts of violating the man act, which is transporting individuals
for purpose of prostitution, which he, yes, he was convicted of. And by the way, I think
this is actually a good point. This is a good point. And if Dibby fights this, I think this might
go to appeal. Now, I don't think this is before, I mean, appeal, go to the Supreme Court.
Because this is going to be a landmark thing that I think the judge, if there's not already
case law, could determine, hey, could you be, you know, say you got 15 charges and
14 of them kind of say you did some really bad things,
but you got acquitted of all the really bad things,
and then the last charge is you not paying your taxes.
And should you get slammed because you were accused of those other things
that you were found innocent of?
That's going to be a good point.
Now, I do think that the federal government,
or I think the president of the United States Donald Trump
before he gets out, I think he's going to commute the sentence of ditty,
which means he's not going to pardon him,
but he's going to commute it basically saying,
hey, you have served your sentence, go home,
but you'll still be a felon.
I'll see if I'm right on that.
You guys can remember it.
Okay, cool.
What the fuck was this?
Rope?
What the hell?
In previous appeals, Diddy's team also argued
that he didn't not set up the travel
or payment of the prostitutes,
therefore he didn't violate the Man Act.
That's also a good argument.
Why?
You guys need to prove conspiracy,
because if Diddy didn't set up
the travel, that would be a conspiracy at that point because Diddy had other people set up this
travel if you're saying Diddy is responsible for setting up the travel, which the Man Act requires.
It requires you having someone cross state lines.
And if Diddy never set it up, how is he convicted of that?
Federal prosecutors still have some couple of months to respond before the case could go before
the appellate court.
Interesting.
I think Diddy is going to be successful in one of these.
And again, his current release date, we can look it up right now.
Let's look it up.
Sean Combs, 56.
He's 56.
And he's located at Fort Dix FCI.
And currently his release date is 525, 2025, 2028.
So actually, two and a half years from now.
Yep, exactly two and a half years from now.
Exactly.
On the dot.
Today makes two and a half years.
he would be out of jail.
Wow.
Oh, wow.
So he would be, what is that, like 58?
But even then, I would make a bet that he doesn't serve two and a half years.
I think through one of these appeals, he's going to be successful,
or he's going to be successful on a commutation.
I'd make a bet on that.
It's only the man act, right?
All right, people.
I am getting out of here. I got to go
hang with some family. I got to go, you know,
listen to all the drama that's going on.
I don't know what y'all at Christmas,
but we basically eat Jamaican food,
Oxdale, curry goat.
I don't even know if there's presents being given out,
but we just sit around and talk about other family
noise that didn't come.
Chat, I do love y'all so much, so, so much.
Thank you guys for watching and supporting,
and I will be back for a day,
tomorrow will be, I believe, day 28, right?
So thank you guys for watching,
and I appreciate you.
Take some time out for your family today, okay?
I know.
You guys are very content-driven.
Yes, I am too,
but this is the time of year
that we also have to make time for family.
I seen Kai's and I say something recently
about how much he was streaming
and his work ethic,
and he kind of lamented about
missing out on some stuff that was important.
that that does happen when you're a content creator and you're so uberly focused on
getting content up and being live all the time or making videos you forget what what's
important time spent with your family your cousins your nieces your your uncles your nephews
your brothers your sisters your mom and your dad so please you guys take some time
spending with family you guys are my family that's why i spent some time with you today
and i'll see you guys
