Starting point is 00:01:34 Did your football team win? Your parlay hit? Who sold your bag, man? I know you had that 12-legged parlay. And that one fuck, nigga, for the anytime touchdown, had a wide open, he had a wide open lane to the goddamn end zone. And his ass gets tackled on the one. It's always like that, man.
Starting point is 00:02:01 It's always like that. Anyway, recapping yesterday, again, we're not doing much of the close. and whatever nonsense. Yesterday was, I guess, another iteration of it as we watched Mr. Tiddy. He came out to, I guess, in a way, try to say he's not gay, but he still didn't answer the pertinent questions. You know what I mean? I think these guys are allergic to answer the questions you want to know.
Starting point is 00:02:30 Did you corner the man in the room trying to fuck him? What's up with his sexual tension? Why y'all niggas act so gay? goddamn zesty. Why are you doing splits over there? Why are you touching on men? Why are you kissing them on the forehead or kissing them on the face? It's a lot of questions to be answered, but, you know, we got as much as we could get yesterday. You know, when I wake up in the morning, I usually, I kind of do a father of you. Okay. I'm like Tyree Kelly. You know, does I see that clip with Tyree Kilwood? Yo, Reggie just, every time you think Reggie's done with, done with giving out info, nigga, he'd come back with another batch. I ain't going to lie, nigga. Yo, look what he put up last night. Starting point is 00:08:01 These are good things now. Okay? Ari Fletcher? Ari Fletcher is like an older Samaya, bro. Like, we all know what's up, bro. Like, whatever, man. It said, Talil always hated on Ka and Tyler was always envious of Ka's success. Now, this kind of seemed true.
Starting point is 00:08:19 Tyler hated on Dez and Punga. No, on Dez, and Punga was a follower plus a thief. He stole over $10,000 from Dez. All right, all right. All right, see, he'd be losing me with the Kaia. He cracked Rakai and Rakai and Ray gave Rakai oral. and they all showed each other their private parts. Mady,
Starting point is 00:08:50 Mady, Riem, Kilo? What the hell? They're not innocent. They all fruit cups too. They did some stuff and I got proof. Listen, man, chat, y'all know my stance. I'm always going to keep it a hundred. Y'all know what I would like a nigga?
Starting point is 00:09:04 I don't like a nigga, bro. I'm mad up front with it. Listen, I doubt everything Reggie said, except about Tilell. Everything you said about Tilel, I believe, bro. I don't care what he said, bro. I believe it, bro. I believe the whole thing, bro.
Starting point is 00:09:18 I believe it, bro. Yes, that's how it goes. Well, you don't like a nigga. I believe everything they said about that nigga, bro. So I don't know about this other shit. This other shit, I'm like, as soon as he starts saying the shit by Talil, I'm like, yes.
Starting point is 00:09:32 Yes. I'm sorry, bro. It's all good. It's all good, man. All right, anyway. Oh, man. Niggish shot on like, you spend $50,000 on cost in that market door.
Starting point is 00:09:45 I'm only worth $26. You ain't kind. That's what I hate. You think you're the main counter. Why you can pay yourself the con, nigga? Yo, the way how I cuffam just, like, scream at the camera like this is hilarious. Shout to cuff him. All right.
Starting point is 00:09:58 Enough for that. Enough for that. Chat, this drama in the streaming world, I guess, man. Entertainment for y'all. Drama for everybody else. Okay. All right. We are back into what we do, man.
Starting point is 00:10:11 Okay? I got to leave y'all streamers alone for a second. Have y'all? see the news chat uh summer walker is being sued by umg this is a rare move y'all she's been sued by umg and if you know umg as a company rarely they sue their artists they have a lot of ways to make sure these artists do their bidding or do what they want to do so when it has to resort to a lawsuit you know something really bad or really big is going on behind this scenes. Now, the lawsuit, which I couldn't seem to pull, I think it's going to appear on the
Starting point is 00:10:53 docket at least publicly on Tuesday. It was filed supposedly on Thursday and only Rolling Stone and Billboard I see with the proper details about it. Now, I'm going to give y'all an explanation of what I believe is happening here and we probably won't ever get the full details of what really went wrong. Anyway, Interscope has sued Summer Walker, and they are suing her in L.A. Superior Court. They claim that Summer Walker will owe $50 million if she walks away from this record deal, okay?
Starting point is 00:11:33 They're saying that she's trying to terminate a record deal or actually act like the shit don't exist no more. She's trying to basically walk away from this record deal and, you know, kind of skedaddling, act like she isn't under a deal. and they want now legally to put their foot down. Okay, let me read a little bit of the article that'll give a little bit of context
Starting point is 00:12:04 that we'll talk about it. Grammy-nominated R&B superstar. Summer Walker is facing a new $50 million legal showdown with her record label after declaring she's walking away from a contract that industry experts previously described as brutal. In a new seven-page lawsuit obtained by Roland Stone, Interscope Records, which is owned by UMG,
Starting point is 00:12:24 claims Walker still owes the label to Studio albums in an EP under an evolving deal she first signed in 2017. It claims the undelivered recordings remain due and outstanding, even though Walker recently invoked the California labor law known as the seven-year rule, which generally limits professional service contracts, including recording contracts, to seven years. Now, this is very important, chap. With the recording deal, okay, the way it's written and the way it's written and the, trust me, this has been proven in court from time to time.
Starting point is 00:13:00 And by the way, there is a law that says you can't be, there is a, it's a labor law protection where you can't have someone in a beyond seven-year contract. Now, the way how UMG is going to get around that is that they signed her, I believe, for like five albums. And then they have what's called an album term. And they usually span that about to be a year. so they're usually going to say it to the artist,
Starting point is 00:13:30 if you had completed all your deliverable, it would not be seven years. This was actually meant to be a five-year contract, but you would have to drop an album every year. Most artists don't drop an album every year. They go tour, they go chill, they go have kids. You know, she has several kids. So here's the thing, though,
Starting point is 00:13:50 you don't get out of the contract because you fail to drop the albums even with the seven-year clause. So you can't just wait time and get out of the contract. You have to do the deliverables. And that loophole existed for a long time. It's legally passed the standard of the California labor law, which says, hey, listen, as long as on paper,
Starting point is 00:14:14 it doesn't say it was intended to be over seven years. If your lack of work ethic or something that you didn't do, right? because the label usually has a certain time before they have to approve your next album, approve your budget, do all that type of stuff, then you have to provide the project, okay? So if you start dragging your feet, you want to go have kids,
Starting point is 00:14:37 you want to go tour, you don't want to make music at the time, and you don't drop music consistently. Obviously, you got to think about it's music too, so if you keep flooding the market, not everybody has an NBA young boy effect, you'll get watered down. So essentially, she signed this deal in 2017.
Starting point is 00:14:54 This deal still is going on, and it's now 2026. Now, when they say evolving deal, that's clearly telling us that there's been one deal that has had a bunch of what they call addems. Okay. So they're going to add terms and change a few things with the contract to make it better for her because she's clearly successful, but it's still the same framework of the 2017 contract. I'm going to break, if you don't understand some of this stuff, I'm going to break it down to you a little bit more without the legal lease. But let me just read through this. As a direct and approximate result of Summer Walker's failure to deliver the undelivered recordings, UMG has suffered and will continue to suffer damages, included but not limited to the profits they would have received if she completed all her obligations.
Starting point is 00:15:46 UMG is entitled to recover damages in excess of $50 million for the undelivered recordings. The legal fight erupted around Walker informing Interscope in August that she would soon stop working under the agreement. This letter shall serve as official notice that effective August 27th, Miss Walker will no longer render service under the agreement by reason of the fact that the agreement is no longer enforceable. Her letter to the label says, Interscope argues that Walker's failure to deliver all the wrong. recordings require required under her contract leaves her liable for damages according to the complaint her original 2017 agreement and subsequent amendments obligated her to deliver five studio albums with her earlier projects that are not considered pre-album projects oh that's brutal that's brutal y'all it's brutal yeah she got one of the old school uh she got one of the old school
Starting point is 00:16:52 old school. Actually, it's not even an old school recording deals because they did the same thing with Young Boy and Warner did it. You know, they, young boy dropped 22 albums and they only counted five. Like, yo, they said the rest of them were pre-albums or mixtapes. That's what they called them. And they had a definition in most contracts that say, if you're dropping more than one album during an album term, they will be considered mixtapes and do not go towards, they will go towards recouping for your deal,
Starting point is 00:17:28 but they won't go towards your requirements to completing the deal, okay? So, of course, the money made from it will go towards recoupment, but it does not count as one of the five albums or whatever. The contract dispute follows years of scrutiny of her record deal. Music industry experts who reviewed a draft of the,
Starting point is 00:17:50 agreement for Roland Stone described it, brutal, with an uncertain duration and limited flexibility for a singer. The final contract, also obtained by Roland Stone, contain similar restrictive terms. Walker was set to receive an initial advance of 110,000, with larger advances for subsequent albums. Her royalty rate for her first two albums was set at 16%. Chat, 15 to 16%. So, by the way, this is a horrible deal already. Well, not really a horrible. but the little, let me be a little bit. I'll wait until after the reading, and then I'll tell you about it, right?
Starting point is 00:18:26 But only after recouping her advance and da-da, okay, cool. The Singer's attorney said in the statement of Rolling Stone that they're aware of the lawsuit followed by Interscope while we're disappointed that Interscope is chosen to pursue litigation, we are confident in her legal position and a right to challenge the continued enforceability
Starting point is 00:18:44 of a record contract with Interscope. We intend to vigorously defend against Interscope's claims and pursue appropriate legal remedies or legal relief. They said that Walker planned to counters through the label, and they remain open to a constructive resolution. She hopes that the matter could be resolved in a manner that respects all interests involves
Starting point is 00:19:05 and avoid unnecessary or prolonged litigation. All right. Okay. All right. Now, here's the interesting part about all of this, right? So let me tell you, This is about, so when new artist sign, there's two ways of signing, right? There's, there's the way, well, there's actually more, but she signed to the old antiquated method.
Starting point is 00:19:37 And this is a standard agreement you give to an artist with no buzz. When an artist has no buzz, they signed to what's called a royalty rate deal, which means every dollar made, right? every dollar made from your record, on average, you get from on the very, very low end if they're trying to fuck you, 12%, and on the high high end,
Starting point is 00:20:04 before the deal structure completely changes and it becomes a partnership, that's the other type, it, about 20%. So what am I trying to say? These artists basically get a loan, it's called an advance, Okay, on their music and they get a budget for the recording and production of their music.
Starting point is 00:20:31 For that loan, every dollar that gets made, they get less than 20 cents of that dollar. I'm explaining to in very lame as terms of how a royalty rate deal is completely like crazy, especially for times like now where a label can't make an artist, they could only add fire to an artist. Back then when we didn't have as much access to media, this and third, when labels gave out royalty rate deals, it was kind of standard because it was like the label was going to make you. These days, you're made through social media,
Starting point is 00:21:16 through other co-signs, through TikTok, whatever. So just put this in perspective. If the label spent a million dollars, all right, let's say, all right, we're going to go off real numbers here. So the label, her first, her first advance to make that first album was $116,000. They give her $116,000 and let's just call it like, you know, we want nice numbers here. Let's say they spend, I don't know, one. $190,000 to make the album. That's kind of low, which means studio time, da-da-da,
Starting point is 00:21:56 paying off producer fees, da-da-da, like, you know, mixing master in, whatever. So they make the album for $190,000. So they're in the hole. They gave in advance $110, $190 to make the album. Okay? Remember, you still got to go market and promote the album. So now let's, we're going on the really light end here.
Starting point is 00:22:15 Okay? So they spent $200,000 to market the album. Okay, so that's half a million dollars. All right. There's going to be, there's just also a shit ton of fees being incurred. Let me tell you a secret about labels. Remember when playlisting ran in the world?
Starting point is 00:22:38 It was customary for your label to charge you, $50,000 for them to try to offer your song to like rap caviard. Now, they're not paying rap caviard. But because they have a deal with Spotify and rap caviar is incentivized to put their shit on there, they treat it like market space, right? Like market share. So they would tax their artists that they sign just to get you on the playlist. Okay?
Starting point is 00:23:09 I know. It sounds crazy. We're both going to make money from this record doing good. But for you to promote it, you tax me even more. Anyway, we're just going to, there's a bunch of fees, bunch of this, you know, like a lot. of overhead, you know, that kind of comes with it. Let's just say, we like round numbers. I know we're at 500,000, but let's jump to a million, okay?
Starting point is 00:23:30 It takes a million dollars to get this first Summer Walker album out. Okay? Now, everything that's spent by the label is a recoupable thing. Everything. If they pay for your lawyer, if they, sometimes. Well, obviously this is UMG, but if you were sounding with like a, which, by the way, we have to talk about that too because she's with LVRN. Sometimes even the lawyer fee for the sublabel is recoupable. Why am I saying this? Let's just say, how long does it take if a artist starting out? Remember, record deal is not really meant for you to recoup and be in the black and be making a shit ton of money.
Starting point is 00:24:17 That's why when you see me pop into these rappers, it's because I know. it's meant for you to be in debt for perpetuity, to be working off that debt, and to never start seeing a big upside on royalties that could significantly shift how you deal with the business of the label. Long story, but yes, I'll get back to it. But let's get back to the million dollar number. And this is official number, but we're making it up
Starting point is 00:24:48 based on what they claim they gave as an initial advance. By the way, normally that advance would be broken up into two. You get an advance usually when you sign, possibly plus a signing bonus. Yes, even a signing bonus is recoupable as well. So everything that the label gives you is recoupable.
Starting point is 00:25:08 Okay? Perfect. So let's say they're down a million dollars. Money starts coming in. Okay? Now, because this is a royalty rate deal and not a partnership, okay, only the percentage of what you earn is counted to the recoup it. What does that mean, Jack? Which means to recoup a million dollars, to recoup a million dollars, the label got to make like 10.
Starting point is 00:25:48 to recoup that $1 million that supposedly, because your share of every dollar is $0.16. Okay? 16 cents. They're collected money hand over fist, but the first million that comes in off of your money, off the 16%, that's recoupable money, and then the rest go to you.
Starting point is 00:26:19 So technically, they ain't trying to pay you at all. because you damn near got to make $10 million for them to tell you you've made, you've recouped. Do you get what I'm saying? Actually, the actual number would be like $8 million. I'm sorry, like, you know, I want to be accurate here. It's about $8 million. We can do the math right now, actually.
Starting point is 00:26:44 Because for every million you make, you'd be, so every million your label makes off the album, you get $160,000. dollars. So let's just do a million. I'm doing on a different screen. Divided by 160,000. Okay. So your album needs to make 6.2.
Starting point is 00:27:11 So 6,250,000 for you to recoup that $1 million that they spent. Now after it's made that, now after it's made that, now you start getting royalty checks. You don't get a motherfucking royalty check before that. So the label got to get six. million dollars before they sent you a check. You know what you said? No, but this is robbery. Nick, we gave you the check up front.
Starting point is 00:27:34 It's called the advance. Remember that? So anyway, these are standard deals they give out. And if you ask the labels why this would be fair to anybody, the labels basically have always adopted this. We take all the risk. We have to do what's called artist development. We are making these guys.
Starting point is 00:27:57 and the rate of success is less than 10%. So when we do have someone successful, it wouldn't be fair that we're constantly rolling the dice and we have to fund all of this and then once somebody makes it, we're going 50-50 with them. Okay?
Starting point is 00:28:19 Now, that model has kind of been changed by people who come from TikTok with a big following or they have a song already. their song is blowing up. Let's say Old Town Road. Well, if you have Old Town Road and you go meet with the labels, they won't offer you this shitty deal. This is the deal they give you when they basically say,
Starting point is 00:28:38 we're making you. An Old Town Road, you're going to walk in there. I think Savage also did this. He walked into Epic Records. And what they do is a similar deal, but it's a partnership deal, right? Which means it's not necessarily a royalty rate deal. it's a deal of okay
Starting point is 00:28:58 hey we'll do 50 50 okay and this what you know remember when all the artists were bragging about like partnership deals it's kind of still shitty you'll never have the one up on the major labels
Starting point is 00:29:11 but it sounds a lot better than the 16% so basically say hey listen what we're going to do is we're going to fund this stuff right and um you're going to You're going to own, well, they could also just own your mass as well. But basically, it's a 50-50 after recoupment. So still, after recoupment, the math is done differently.
Starting point is 00:29:38 So it's not $6 million for them to recoup. They only give this deal if they feel like there's less marketing to do. There's less artist development to do. You already came in with a song. So basically, they're adding gasoline. They're not creating the fire. Very big difference. Okay.
Starting point is 00:29:54 Now, we could continue and go on and on for record deals and how they're structured, whatever, whatever. But just to put in hindsight, and let's get back to Summer Walker, the deal that she was in, a lot of people consider it to be horrible. And it's not a bad deal, honestly, but it's a bad deal. Like every deal, you see, no deal is, like, great from the get-go. They sign you at your current value, but if you increase value, this is why they have to change the deal, right? Oh, okay, we want more for an advance or we want this. Now, they know they got you by the balls with the royalty shit. So that's one of the things they don't want to do.
Starting point is 00:30:34 They don't want to change the royalty shit too much. And the thing that they'll absolutely not do, ask NBA a young boy, ask Kanye West, ask everybody. They're not trying to give you a master's back at all. Okay? Shit, even ask Drake, you know, to the extent of they're willing to say, say, hey, we'll share your masters going forward, but giving you back to old shit? I don't know about that one. So, like, you know, of course, we all know the story around 2018.
Starting point is 00:31:05 Drake did get to co-own his masters. And I believe after 2020 or 2021, Drake's masters kind of wholly was being owned by him through OVO sound. and it was pretty much almost like a licensing deal, but it was a, you know, an antiquated one too. Regardless, the point is this. She signed this deal, and this is where we got to talk about major,
Starting point is 00:31:39 well, sign into these joint venture companies. So she signs to what's called LVRN. Okay? And I don't know what's her status with LVRN, but I have to imagine if she's trying to leave, she's trying to probably leave LVRN as well. Why? Because the way how a joint venture through a shell label works,
Starting point is 00:32:04 by the way, this is how Uzi is signed, this is how everybody was signed to MMG. Meek Mill was furnished to Atlantic along with Waleigh under a joint venture with MM, Mayback Music. Okay? What that means is that you're signing that you're going to furnish this artist.
Starting point is 00:32:26 The company doesn't own this artist, and usually you own some interest or whatever with their masters. In this case, clearly Interscope took the Masters. So they probably told LVRN saying, we're not doing a deal with this person, giving them six figures without us owning the Masters. So I believe, I believe, I could be wrong on this one, but I believe that, you know,
Starting point is 00:32:51 Universal owns her masters, but in a lot of cases, what it will happen is in a joint venture because it's 50-50, Universal will take half of the masters and they'll leave the Shell Company or the middleman company, LVRN in this case, same with Uzi, Generation Now, with 50%. And the mere fact that none of this mentions LVRN, I haven't heard that they've been cut out of the situation. It tells me that Summer Walker wanted to up and leave both of them. Okay? And the mere fact that LVR isn't being sued, it would appear to me that they're not in cahoots with Summer Walker walking away.
Starting point is 00:33:30 Now, you see this guy on the screen, and I know I'm a little bit all over the place here, but if you're keeping up with me, I hope you are. You see this guy on my screen named Poo Shisty So if Pushiasty would have had it his way This is what would have happened to him You would have gotten sued
Starting point is 00:33:46 By the major label So if he thought I You know what fuck Gucci I'm off at 1017 now No he 1017 Signed a contract To furnish you as an artist To the major label
Starting point is 00:34:02 So if you thought And I don't know what um Let me see 1017 records 1017 records right now is who's their partnership okay Atlantic records
Starting point is 00:34:24 so that's AMG that's Warner what's Gooch what's Yogadi's company Yogadi record label that's CMG and that is partnered with Interscope okay yes so big problem so
Starting point is 00:34:40 this is you know not to shit on my guy. Shishti, but if Shishti even thought that work, let's say Gucci didn't, you know, just took the loss and he took the robbery or whatever. The moment Poo Shastey tried to leave, what would happen is that Warner, because remember, his contract, even though it's through Gucci, is with Warner. Warner would sue him and send a letter over to Interscope to say, or UMG to say, if you touch our motherfucking artist, it's going to be war. They wouldn't do it. Interscope wouldn't do it.
Starting point is 00:35:17 Which means Yogadi couldn't sign him. Or I guess Yogadi could sign him, but he couldn't pass it through his JV deal because Interscope's not going to work with that. You have an artist who's still on the contract. So this is kind of exactly what's happening with Summer Walker, except she didn't rob the CEO. She's just trying to leave the deal, but she's trying to leave the deal with the.
Starting point is 00:35:40 major, it's unclear about her situation with LVRN. So pretty much she's getting to realize what sheistee would have realized. No, you're going to get sued and here's the thing. If you try to play dirty with them, that's why you saw Summer Walker's attorney saying we're trying to get, have an amicable, like, quick fix to this. Sorry. Because Universal, they'll look at it like, listen, you either come back to the plantation or we'll just kill your career.
Starting point is 00:36:15 Fuck it. Fuck it, you know? So that's the reality, chat. That is the reality. So here's a couple things I have to say. It appears. And by the way, these are always bad signs. Here we go.
Starting point is 00:36:48 Anytime you're labeled buys you a G-wagon, bad sign. It's a bad sign, y'all. I remember her sitting in the car and I was like wait till she sees that on the audit could I find it or no I guess she deleted
Starting point is 00:37:09 that she deleted that oh here we go Merry Christmas Can you go get it? You go check it out Yo chat I ain't going to lie man One thing I like about labels yo your girl never buy you a birthday gift or a Christmas gift
Starting point is 00:37:45 and like the gesture is cool but then you remember that she bought it with your own money she bought off your credit card yeah that's how it works that's all you yeah that's all you pay for already big summer it's red inside The funny part about this, you know, I remember watching this video and I'm like, yo, she's so shocked that she's getting like, no disrespect. I got a G-wagon too. She's getting the dusty G-wagon. She must really don't know how much money her music is making.
Starting point is 00:38:32 Because the money that your music is making could buy 40 of these. Matter of fact, I guarantee all your label owners already got one off your money. So when I'm watching her this surprise, I'm like, hmm, how she this shocked? That's all you. That you ain't sick no more. That's all you. For real, guys, yes. Now, there's a lot of deeper industry stuff that's probably at play here, chat.
Starting point is 00:39:20 I'm not going to lie, a lot of stuff. because what happened is that early on in her career, she started getting attacked, okay? She started getting attacked. Let me try to find the article. Because something about her label, the elite, Summer Walker addresses rumors about her 2017 record deal. Now, I want you to take note at a time,
Starting point is 00:39:52 and this is why I say, yo, yo, labels are really, really slick, okay? When all that bullshit was starting to happen, when all that bullshit was starting to happen, they buy her car. You know what I mean? Hey, hey, don't look at the fine print. Don't look at the fine print, shorthy.
Starting point is 00:40:16 Like, don't worry about anything else. You are fine. But I don't know if y'all remember this article coming out back then. Hold on, give me a second. I don't find it. So back in 2020, she was forced to address rumors about her deal.
Starting point is 00:40:39 Rolling Stone, that's why I said there's something fishy that was going on with it, because anytime your record deal details leak and Roland Stone is writing an article bad mouth of you about it, that's somebody who put a hit on that. That's some industry play. You get what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:40:56 Summer Walker's refuting a Rolandstone article that claimed she was in a lopsided record deal with her label and management company LVRN. Now, this is, remember, she started being successful and I think people realized they got her on the rookie deal. So somehow people found out they called it out. She was defensive at first, y'all. Okay? On Monday night, she took to her Instagram story to clear the air about the article.
Starting point is 00:41:23 She says, I've been seeing a lot of chatter online. she wrote. I didn't say anything because I wanted to stay focused on release my album. Now let me clear the air. What that article said is not my current record deal. Note the wording. Not my current. Over the years, my deal has changed many times. I've always had my own representation and full support from LVRN. She added thank you to my fans for always having my back and for loving the new album and showing love, whatever. earlier this week Rolling Stones released details of a record deal
Starting point is 00:42:00 that Summer had signed back in 2017 in which she was offered an advance payment of only $85,000 and a 15% royalty rate. Now, this was probably still the truth. So you know what does it tell me? It probably was a $30,000 signing bonus. So you have the advance
Starting point is 00:42:19 and then you have the signing bonus a lot of times. Like you want to give an artist a sign in bonus, you know, make them feel good because they they don't think that's a chain money. Like, once you tell somebody's signing bonus, they don't even know they got to pay back.
Starting point is 00:42:31 Oh, shit. Oh, this is what I got to go buy the chain way, you know what I mean? So that's probably the discrepancy between the 110 and 85. Now, the current lawsuit says it was 16, this says 15, but whatever, which is low compared to the current standard of her industry. The article says that the singer gave up the right to her master's. Now, I'm not too surprised by that. Do y'all remember her being hot in 2017?
Starting point is 00:43:00 I don't. Additionally, Summer also gave up a large portion of her non-musical earnings, include money she would make from acting gigs. Oh, she signed a 360, y'all. Multiple managers gave her a pain on her record deal, including Jordan Bromley, a group leader and partner at the firm, Manit Phelps and Phillips. So if you compare the music industry to the other industry with creative products,
Starting point is 00:43:25 you'll notice that this is the industry, where creators get paid the lease, okay? Okay. She says last Friday, she dropped her highly anticipated sophomore album. It's projected to hit number one and become the biggest debut by female ever. This was her post defending the deal. Now, Chat, as you could tell, she's suing years later.
Starting point is 00:43:48 She's finally woke up out of La La Land and is very clear. Without us having to do too much more digging, she was in a shitty record deal, okay? It looks like it probably improved a little bit with some like addendums and, okay, here's some additions. Because you can't keep paying somebody $120,000 in advance
Starting point is 00:44:12 when their music went quadrupa platinum. Like that sounds crazy, right? So they probably, you know, up the money by a little bit, but they probably realize that Summer Walker isn't that business savvy and probably still underpaid her by a large amount. And now, way into her career, 10 years later, she's still in that same deal.
Starting point is 00:44:34 And here's the thing about a deal like that. The deal is so sweet for Interscope and so sweet for UMG, yo, they don't even want to get her out of the deal. They're like, we don't keep this deal going on for 15 years. You could drop pre-albums or whatever they want to call it. That's how sweet the deal is. So she probably got tired of it. Like, you know what? I'm just going to stop and walk away.
Starting point is 00:44:59 And by the way, when's the last time she put out an album? A lot of times this explains why people are after the music. Because as long as you keep dropping music, you have less than the amount of leverage you want to have when you're doing these type of negotiations. So usually people stop putting out music. There was a time, Ouzi, stop putting out music. The reason why we didn't get some of Wayne's music at a certain time
Starting point is 00:45:24 is because of that negotiation. The leverage is I will stop producing music. And usually somebody makes it right, and then you start putting out music again. So it happens. But Summer Walker, yo, very interesting. I want to see if that gets, if there's an injunction filed,
Starting point is 00:45:50 it means that she probably, or it's being heard that she's trying to sign with someone else. So they got to stop it. if I don't think they want the money from their artist they want her to drop music but they want her to know you're on the plantation and you're never getting off so we're going to see what happens
Starting point is 00:46:08 but shout to Summer Walker looks like she's finally you know got her head above water and seen what everybody else in the industry saw that she was in a pretty shitty contract okay get your master's back girl at this point you should be in a partnership deal um
Starting point is 00:46:24 this point for your future accordance, this was fair. You should own your masters and it should be a partnership situation. Okay? And, um, yeah. And once you get to the end of the five albums, it should be an option for,
Starting point is 00:46:43 uh, artists and label option for one-offs, if you so choose. But right now it looks like she's still going through. But shout to Summer Walker. Shout to Summer Walker. All right. I don't want to talk about it.
Starting point is 00:47:03 Ooh. Where, chat? Where is that Dylan Harper thing? I still got to talk about the Diddy thing, too. There's a Diddy lawsuit that he lost. That, uh, it's very intriguing when you think about how he lost his lawsuit. And imagine suing someone. He sued someone for $100 million.
Starting point is 00:47:25 And it got flipped around where he owes. But I thought I could probably do that topic now. So, guys, Diddy, um, Diddy has taken a massive legal blow. Okay? He owes NBC 500,000. Now, let me explain the lawsuit and let me explain the law.
Starting point is 00:47:54 Basically, they did a documentary on Diddy. I think he came out on Peacock, okay? It's called Diddy Making the Man. making of a bad boy doc. Okay. Now, this documentary was one of the few documentaries that dropped on Diddy around the time of his trial and subsequent conviction. Okay.
Starting point is 00:48:18 They had a bunch of, I forgot if it was, oh, it was a 90-minute documentary. It covered the disgraced and currently incarcerated rapper. And it featured a bunch of childhood friends, former bodyguards and former employees and alleged victims and even singer I'll be sure it was broadcasts i believe on peacock and in october you know they were talking about all this freakoff stuff this anthra the thing with these documentaries is that they could drive a narrative some people feel like the surviving r kelly stuff drove a narrative that prosecutors picked up a case and subsequently incarcerated r kelly so these documentaries could definitely drive a narrative.
Starting point is 00:49:03 But even in a documentary, there was even narratives being driven about his former wife, Kim Porter's death. And people, even like Albi Shur was coming in the documentary to say, hey, listen, man, not saying he did it, but shit,
Starting point is 00:49:19 wouldn't be surprised type of shit. And did he filed a lawsuit over the publishing of that documentary. Now you try to stop it with like one of those like cease and assist and they basically said, they go fuck you. And he sued them for a hundred million dollars. Okay. He sued them for a
Starting point is 00:49:48 hundred million dollars. I mean to go to his lawsuit. Okay. Give it one second. He filed a $100 million defamation lawsuit. Now, you know, know, everybody keeps saying defamation is some really easy thing. You know, as if you're a public figure, I've said this many times, it's hard to file defamation. People are allowed to have an opinion on you. People are allowed to tell their experiences with you. And it's, you know, as long as it's not done with malice, malice is one of the things that's needed.
Starting point is 00:50:22 Also, if it needs to be something provable that possibly was fake or false. And what else? What else? And if you're subsequently convicted of any of these things, automatically it just can't be defamation at that point. Okay. Now, if it would be defamation if they said, hey, you participated in, I don't know, sex trafficking
Starting point is 00:50:51 and you got found not guilty for sex trafficking. That's very different. But anyway, the point is this. And one cool thing about the law, which, you know, You know, these days anybody can file a lawsuit. There is protection in the law somewhat for people to not be abused by random lawsuits. And it's called a slap motion. Okay.
Starting point is 00:51:19 Now, a slap, and it's S-L-A-A-A-P. So a slap is basically a strategic lawsuit. against public participation, okay? Which means it's like baseless civil complaints usually disguised as defamation, but their real goal is to shut some shit down, okay? It's to prevent people from using their, say, First Amendment right, which is freedom of speech, okay?
Starting point is 00:52:01 So the goal isn't to win the trial, but to force the defendants to spend so much time and money on legal defense that they give up, okay? So imagine suing someone hoping that they don't put out a documentary against you. And that would be a slap lawsuit if the documentary is a fully legit and fair documentary. So what they do is they have these things called anti-SLAPP, which are laws which protect people's First Amendment right and other rights that lawsuits can be used against them. what does that mean if you
Starting point is 00:52:41 file a frivolous lawsuit like for example I'll use an example example you guys might be familiar with so Ari what's her name Ari Fletcher
Starting point is 00:52:52 right money back your girl she said she was going to sue me for defamation right now she could have filed that lawsuit right however
Starting point is 00:53:04 what I would do I would do a, what's called, um, an anti-slapped countersuit, which if her lawsuit against me basically had no merit and I'm not defame in her. And it basically was, her lawsuit was only intended to stop me from talking about her. By the way,
Starting point is 00:53:27 this is the reason why I think, you know, unless you cross certain lines, that's why Megastalian is not suing everybody. Like, you know, she tried it with one person, but that's because she really, felt that the girl, Milagro shared nude pictures of her,
Starting point is 00:53:41 and they found a few things that was legally false that Milagro said, and that could turn into defamation, and obviously they put the malice thing with it as well. Anyway, the point is this. So if Ari had sued, clearly she just would want me to stop talking about her. right that would be infringing on my freedom of press my freedom of free speech and if i could prove that to a judge let's say on a motion to dismiss and then i add i add the motion for anti slap what would happen is that as consequence of you filing a bullshit lawsuit the judge
Starting point is 00:54:39 will penalize you, usually up to paying for the other person's attorneys, if not some other sanctions, okay? So yeah, you file an anti-slap motion, okay? And that would possibly, you know, if successful, the judge would say, hey, listen, for wasting the court's time and wasting their time and resources, you got to pay for their lawyers. And look like that's what happened with Diddy. Because essentially, the court ordered Diddy to pay $477,000.
Starting point is 00:55:25 And that's the attorney fees, actually not full attorney fees, but half of the attorney fees, damn near, of NBC Universal. The company wanted $900,000 to cover his attorney. fees, which, by the way, just think about how much money lawyers are getting. This is one of several lawsuits, actually dozens of lawsuits that Diddy has, but Diddy, when he was trying to go on the offensive, he filed this lawsuit against NBC Universal, and they have a team of attorneys. So they put their highest people on it, and they're saying that, remember, this didn't
Starting point is 00:56:07 even get to, I don't even think it got to discovery. I don't even think it got to discovery, y'all, which means this is the beginning of the case, and they looked to the judge and say, judge, our attorney fees was a million dollars. The judge actually reduced it because they found that the billing was excessive, despite determining that the attorney hourly rates
Starting point is 00:56:35 were reasonable given their experiences. They're charging through the, They're charging through the ass. Okay. Combs rep, Judah Englemire, told TMZ that the ruling was only half the story, pointing out that NBC Universal wanted a million and that they only got, and they cut $512,000.
Starting point is 00:56:57 Well, that's still not a win. You still got to pay damn near half a million. Englemire said the judge found substantial portions of their billing excessive and unreasonable. Okay, fine. You're not paying a million. paying half a million. Ironically, the arguments challenging those excessive legal bills were made from the same firm that withdrew, that withdrew from representing Sean amid its own.
Starting point is 00:57:28 Okay, okay, okay, okay. Wow, interesting. The firm, Engelmeyers, referring to assure Tremont, which had represented Combe, in a separate $50 million defamation lawsuit he filed in January against multiple defendants, including news nation over claims involving alleged sex tapes. Shur Tremant attorney's father motion to withdraw from this particular
Starting point is 00:57:54 case. The partner at the firm said Combs did not pay a substantial balance of the attorney for fees, cost, and expenses, and was in substantial arrears in his legal bills according to the documents. Now, this is just fucked up. Did he,
Starting point is 00:58:10 you know, did he still filthy, rich? But bro, he's hemorrhage. money. He lose $500 million with the lawsuit and then the lawyers who filed the lawsuit and did all these motions, they're claiming they didn't get paid so he owes them
Starting point is 00:58:26 as well and they dropped off the case. Yeah, this sucks. Wow. Yeah. All right. So it looked like that anti-SLAPP law helped out Universal because that it did not go to
Starting point is 00:58:44 any type of injunctive injunctive or emergency injunctive method where they could say pull that documentary down from Peacock, he didn't even go to trial. The judge agrees, hey, the documentary about you, you're a public figure, people are telling their experience, it looks like it's a fair one, there's no maliciousness here, this is a news organization doing press, you're infringing on their constitutional right, which is a freedom of speech and freedom of press. you're trying to use this lawsuit to shut them up.
Starting point is 00:59:17 And if you're trying to use this lawsuit to shut them up, this is how it goes. I'm going to grant the anti-SLAPP motion. Then we're going to go into the penalty phase. And in the penalty phase, they said, Diddy, you know what? All right, maybe you don't owe a million dollars as they're billing. But just looking at all of this, you owe $500,000. So essentially, Diddy lost the case or did he sued somebody and he owes money? Make this make sense.
Starting point is 00:59:42 but anti-SLAPP. Remember that definition it's going to come up a lot. Slap lawsuits, just again to reiterate, are lawsuits meant to waste people's time. It's meant to bog down the court system. It's meant to restrict people from exercising
Starting point is 01:00:00 their First Amendment right, among others. So these are frivolous lawsuits. When those are the thing, you could file a motion call an anti-SLAPP. And if the judge agrees with it, they pay your legal fees, right? Oh, good. Let's get on to this Dylan Harper thing, man.
Starting point is 01:00:22 I was watching a little bit of this on stream earlier today. And I was like, nah, I got to watch it on the, I got to watch it. Let's see, let's see, let's see, let's see, where is it, where is it history? Where is it? Where is this Dylan Harper thing? Yo, don't look at my history. You see how much like, like, elect. electricity shit I've been looking up.
Starting point is 01:00:57 Shad. My home improvement thing will never stop. Okay. Dylan Harper girlfriend. We'll find the video. I think, is this the one? I think this is the one, y'all. No, I've seen the messages on that.
Starting point is 01:01:12 She cold-blooded, though. Like, her message with that cold-blooded. Like, game after game. Like, that's crazy, bro. Like, she texted, like, oh, he has a game here and he has a game after this. I would love for you to come to both. Like, what the,
Starting point is 01:01:27 ain't nice, bro. Like, come on, my, shout out of my, dude. You feel me? Shout out my bro, man. Hey, man. Don't worry about that.
Starting point is 01:01:33 You feel of me? Nah, worry about that game. Nah, don't worry about that game. You sign for, a, nigga fin of a hundred million.
Starting point is 01:01:40 Did he give a fucking? Yes. Well, he probably do give a fuck. My and a hundred. If I have a hundred million, and this taco nigger can hit my. Boy. Wait,
Starting point is 01:01:50 wait, wait, wait, wait, did somebody say, go to blue face What did I miss y'all? Hold on. The coonerie never ends over there bro. What is it? Blueface? What did I miss? What the hell? Did I miss him? He proposed. Let me the final clip, man. Is there a clip of him proposing? Blueface proposed to Chris Shaw and Rock. He just smashes Drewski lookal-alike baby bomber last night.
Starting point is 01:03:55 Yo, KPP can't be hitting like this, man. Like, yeah, this shit must be hit like crack in the 90s, man. This nigga's making a moment every goddamn day. I haven't going to lie to you, Chrison rot the type of girl. I would have never proposed to her. She got proposed to me. She got to get on one knee. Yo, she's more masculine to blue face.
Starting point is 01:04:26 Like, she's more masculine to him. On school, you all crap. One thing I'm going to be honest with, you're the one thing. that look like Marge Simpson and the other one that look like Quagmire, I'm gonna keep it a being with y'all, man.
Starting point is 01:04:58 I do not see him give this much PDA to y'all, man. He'll be looking a little disgusted by y'all. He loved this snagled tooth bandit right here, man. Blueface and Chris-ho with the gap,
Starting point is 01:05:17 Bluetooth, they're gonna work out. They partner's at everything. Popping pills, fighting, shootouts, doing drugs. They partners and everything, bro. So I ain't going to allow to you. Like, this is, I'm going to keep it up being with you. Chat. Y'all wouldn't understand his love unless you've bonded over a tequila bottle
Starting point is 01:05:43 or a goddamn vodka bottle with your girl, man. This is love at first sight, man. This is, this is that black love we've been talking about. I'm gonna keep it to be with y'all. Hey, what's the other one named Navea? I'm gonna keep it a hundred with you, man. Blueface go wherever the views go, bro. And right now, people want the Chrison Rock and Blueface show right now, man.
Starting point is 01:06:27 Like, yo, niggas ain't want, yeah, niggis ain't want, yo, go take care that baby till that baby like eight and then come back around. You know what I mean? like yeah, Sophie. This right here is the most degenerate show on planet Earth. They said what? He proposed because he smashed Jaden twice. Who cares?
Starting point is 01:06:51 Chris-Haw knows you know he gonna do what are you going to do? At this point, Chris-on knows the other baby mamas, they shit just not hitting the same way her shit hitting, her shit hitting like crack in the 90s, nigga. Her shit hitting like that Pablo Esca Barclay. One thing I like about them, man, they give big crackhead energy, man. You ever seen two crackhead in love, man?
Starting point is 01:07:25 You ever seen two homeless people? You ever seen two homeless people in a relationship? They just rolling on the ground, waddling, like this dude, all type of shit, man. You know what Chrison thinking in this moment? Yo, Blue, I waited for this my whole life. Thank God I smoked my ex-boyfriend. You could finally get over it.
Starting point is 01:07:49 You know, it's one of them ones, right? Like you tell you tell your girl like yo bro I'm never gonna get over you fucking that nigga Maybe if he die or something That's what I be telling you yo I'll never forgive you fucking that nigga on lest he die Khrushol was like so if he dead we could work Yeah yeah whatever nigger dead man that niggins dead bro That nigger dead That nigger dad like yo that nigga yo I be telling six cents
Starting point is 01:08:15 Yo I will never be a step daddy a day in my life ever Yo, the only way I could even take you serious is if, like, your baby daddy was dead. And I could see it. Every time I've told a girl that, when she liked me, I can see her thinking about, like, could I commit murder? Like, yo, I'm telling you, these shakes is bad shit crazy, bro. Like, I'm telling you, bro, I can see it. I can see it, bro. I'm telling you.
Starting point is 01:08:43 That's one of those who be like, yo, I'm not taking care of no man's child. But if he dead, though, if he dead, though, yo, wake up, that nigga, that nigga dead as hell, bro. That nigga is dead. Rigamore is dead. Yo, she probably be like, here's his death certificate. Like, he dead, dead, dead. Yo, he buried over there.
Starting point is 01:09:07 He dead. He's dead. He's gone. He's gone. It's our time now. It's our time now. You told me when I killed that nigga that we could be together. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 01:09:25 That's my policy, though. I would never date a single mom. But if your baby daddy's dead, holl at me. Howl at me. Now, I ain't tell you. I ain't telling you to go do the hit now. I ain't tell you to go do the hit, but if you got that nigga out to paint one way or the other, I'm like, Joe, that's dedication.
Starting point is 01:10:05 Did he even have a ring or did he just take off his big ass rings and be like, oh, that's yours, man. Yo, am I tripping chat? Or was, wasn't the other little light-skinned baby mama she was about to be like in the crib and shit? Yo, the only thing that could finish off this night with the icing on the cake is if they both get locked up after like doing like some street fight. Bro, this is the ghettoest shit we ever seen.
Starting point is 01:10:51 This is the ghetto of shit we ever seen. I love it, though. They say the other one, let me see. Jaden Yo, I ain't gonna lie to you I feel bad for her Yo, respectfully Shorty
Starting point is 01:11:08 Let me tell you this I hate to say it But like You just like a nut rag For my guy And he probably You do I always say you come off like a good mom
Starting point is 01:11:20 Bro he'll never take you serious A day in your life You fucked the janitor Of the squad my nigga Like are you dumb you don't Like, you have a baby with blue face and you fuck the guy who you fucked his security guard? Good luck. He'll forget, listen.
Starting point is 01:11:39 You know what Chris Ro and rock had to do for him to forgive her. That's a get that thing out, get her baby daddy out to paint. That thing is no longer breathing. Feel what I'm saying? Yo, it's your turn. Where's that bodyguard at? I'm just, hey, jaded. You fuck blue face bodyguard.
Starting point is 01:12:01 He cannot. take you serious until until I'm just telling you the truth if you want to get back in a paint you see what Chris Sean just did because blue a petty negative like man go ask your baby dad that you go ask go ask Ronnie that I could tell I could tell I could tell I could tell Chrison popped up one day like who's Ronnie he dead like you for real Yo, it's your turn. Yo, that Navia girl is, I ain't gonna lie. How you get, how you become a single mom twice?
Starting point is 01:12:54 Oh, bro. Yo, oh, bro. Yo, Navia, bro. At least, at least go spin back on a young boy. Hopefully you can get another baby too, bro. At least, go try, my nigga. Go try, bro. Go try, bro.
Starting point is 01:13:22 Now Loki feel bad for her, man. That. No, she raising a child all by herself, man. I ain't going to lie. It's got to effed up. They're watching Barney and shit. Oh, pretty eyes on the baby, though. And the baby looked normal.
Starting point is 01:13:49 That's good. The baby looked like you can look straight. You know what I mean? The baby looked like it can look straight. It looked like, you know, a planet, he or she's on. I heard she addressed me recently. Oh, man. It says she clapped back at me.
Starting point is 01:14:14 So what I had said about Navia was, and listen, I don't know you, Sharia, and I know you're probably sensitive, but I'm going to be honest with you. Actually, let me just play. Here we go. No, me that is. I love my man.
Starting point is 01:14:28 I breastfeed, so I can't help him. Oh, I remember what I said. I said, Navea, I'm going to keep it up being with you. He's going to whoever, whichever one of his baby mom looked better at the time, that's who's getting his attention. It's very clear. Right? When you were the only one not pregnant or you were the only one with like a full set of teeth, he went to you.
Starting point is 01:14:52 You get what I'm saying? Now you're pregnant. Like you got like a little pouch. You a little big boned right now. He don't want that. He even went on Adam's show or went on, no, no, some show and said, yo, your belly too big. So he can't really do what he got to do up in there. So that's why he dipped off to his other day moms. Nick, he said it not me. I'm telling you the pattern I acknowledge because you you know, in this pregnancy weight so I'm not calling you fat, none, but like your baby daddy don't want to be around you.
Starting point is 01:15:27 I'm eating, but I'm not going to be fat and out of shape. Like, hold on, what the fuck that that nigga I could demonstrate me? Talking about way to turn. Bitch, I don't want to turn no more. You want to turn. You want to turn. Yo, all right, maybe you don't want to turn,
Starting point is 01:15:45 but you won't want to turn to not have to, watch the baby and hoping he can pick the baby up. Stop it, man. Stop it, man. What's good for me? It will be for me. But I know you're not talking with that sloppy-ass stomach. Let me live a little. I just had a baby. How long have you been having your stomach? Because I know how long I've been having mine. I had it for 30 years, man. But they call me old Zemepidemics now, man. Listen, it's gone. It's gone. Listen, to the pull out there. I lost weight. I started attracted holes.
Starting point is 01:16:19 Yo. You know, let me, she's pregnant. That's postparton. Yeah, yeah, I ain't going to clown a chick with postpardon
Starting point is 01:16:26 because we've seen that white girl claimed that she, she had post pardon and she killed all the kids in the tub. We need, so I'm going to, you know, I'm going to give you two more months.
Starting point is 01:16:35 How long it takes for postpartum to be done? I'll give you two more months and I'm going to start cutting your ass, all right? I'm going to let you chill right now. I'm going to let you cheer right now. I'm going to cheer right now.
Starting point is 01:16:43 But I will say this. pretty fucked up how shameful when you don't need to know me just disrespectfully talking about me that's not nice because I have never said that much mean shit to you. Navia on some real shit like anybody, you're right.
Starting point is 01:16:59 But Navia, you realize that the guy you were in love with you talk to you like dirt and you're over here criticizing a stranger who don't know you, who don't fuck you, who don't care for you, and you want me to be nice to you? Baby girl, your standards.
Starting point is 01:17:15 your standards. Maybe you should want and require the men you give your body to and have kids to be nice to you and maybe you would be like, you know what fuck if a stranger is mean to me. You want me to be nice to you
Starting point is 01:17:30 but Blueface called you bitch every 20 seconds. For at one point we thought your name was bitch. Matter of fact, I think your dad tried to stick up for you and he called your dad
Starting point is 01:17:45 a bitch and then called you bitch in front of your dad did I forget that chat am I tripping and again I want to keep it light on her because you know I want nobody like explode because every time I started giving the truth bombs man they'd be just erupted
Starting point is 01:18:03 y'all remember this oh no we're going to find them now I think they were in a car or something god damn they're flooding yo blue face has the ultimate clipper budget bro I ain't gonna cap with you man This shit right here
Starting point is 01:18:38 Yeah I can't even find an old clip Where's the clip at god It was only from like a month ago Yeah the niggas kick you in the pool Doing all the type of shit Now they were in the car I remember this shit Put father
Starting point is 01:19:15 Basically blue face was turning up on that nigga Like man You'd be like you better get a call off the phone Before I started getting active Oh I think it was this Oh no no Not in here Come on it
Starting point is 01:19:43 you two go have it what the fuck I will be gone that's not about you lying it's about when I confront you you didn't tell me what I needed to hear you told me to show you
Starting point is 01:20:04 proof that what I'm confronting you about it's true before you tell me the story I will be gone for weeks you have more than enough time to gather your things to make your money to make your arrangements and do what you're gonna do
Starting point is 01:20:15 I don't want us to hear if I'm not going to know the person that's coming back Well then get the fuck out When my son asks about you You're not having a newborn baby by you Tell him you lied about the last nigga you was with
Starting point is 01:20:26 and when he confronted you, you decided to tell him to show you the proof and that's why your stepson don't have a father anymore. Yo, I shouldn't even laugh at that. Yo, yo, yo, respectfully,
Starting point is 01:20:43 DeVia Blueface called you all type of B words on on this here internet. It's crazy. You begging strangers to be nice to you. When you
Starting point is 01:20:57 Tyler, listen, oh, here it is, here this. You must not have been watching lately. You must not know what your dinner was. Be quiet. What are you playing that game for? So don't involve him and some shit like that. He's watching. You ask me a dumb-ass question.
Starting point is 01:21:12 So the fuck what? He's watching. So the fuck what? He's watching. And so what? Was he watching you in the shelter? No. Okay, so what the fuck is he watching?
Starting point is 01:21:20 You get disrespecting now? Why does he feel the type of way now? That's how Blueface is talking to you. Sorry, Tricy. I don't even do it on purpose. She does it to herself. She's just a dumb bitch. Disrespectful of herself, Joe.
Starting point is 01:21:33 Did you watch what you do with? Yo, your nickname with Blueface was dumb bitch. You can't, like, listen, me saying that, hey, you still have a little bit of pregnancy weight, and maybe that's why, you know, Blueface is a very vain guy, bro. Like, obviously that shouldn't matter because it's his baby, blah, blah,
Starting point is 01:21:49 but he ain't shit, bro. Like, I'm going to be honest with you. It's unfathomable that if a woman had my kid and I was supposed to, with them. It's not like some random. And I'm supposedly with them. I just literally dip like three days in. And they dip three days in, bro. Yeah, like, what's up to do? Man. What's the word? What's up with your daughter, bro?
Starting point is 01:22:13 I don't know. What's the way? Okay. How much, how much do you think it should cost for her to go sit another face? But I wasn't going to do this. She's out at home, man. All right. Go home. If you're a dumb bitch. Oh, she called, she tolerated blue face calling her a dumb bitch in front of her father, bro.
Starting point is 01:22:37 You get what I'm saying? And now she's telling me how I mean me me. That's not nice, because I have never said that much me. I'm shameful when you don't need to know me. Just disrespect to me. That's not nice, because I have never said that much mean shit to me. And let me say this.
Starting point is 01:22:54 Women, I'm going to give all y'all's advice. You're going to get the respect that you allow and tolerate. When we watch you get disrespected, we can't even approach you with too much respect. That's 100%. When we watch another, when we watch the niggul who supposedly you love, do all that.
Starting point is 01:23:16 Anyway. What the, why is this on my feed? Tomo. She glows in streams after that. Okay, whatever. All right. Yo, I've seen the father.
Starting point is 01:23:30 Oh, the father was trying to dress blueface again. Chat, how did we get into this blue face, like, this blue face arc? Here we go. I think the Via father is going to be like, yo, she called him, she tried to call him out right here. Shit. My baby daddy doesn't be saying that shit. Period.
Starting point is 01:23:58 He said beard a lot, period. That's a sweet-ass up, Nick. Damn. So she, so her father, that's her father, is called him blue-faced gay. Interesting. You all going to keep it a bean two. You know, Charles Barkley Jr. This is the first time I seen Charles Barkley smile.
Starting point is 01:24:25 Dead serious, bro. Like, legit. Look, Charles Barkley, look, look. He's smiling his shit. Like, Blueface, like, he's a great, he's a great part-time dad. Like, depending on if he's fucking that baby mama, he's an amazing dad. You can tell, like, yo, he's a great part-time dad, bro. I can't even knock it.
Starting point is 01:24:59 But if he can, Blueface one of them niggas, you can tell if he can't get no pussy from the mom, fuck the kids. Straight up. If the mom not giving our pussy, fuck the kids. Straight up. But right now, look, little junior smiling. Hmm, interesting, man. Can't knock it. Let me just see what the hell they're doing.
Starting point is 01:25:44 Nigger really, uh, propose, huh? Three one, three. Appreciate you, Leigh, five kids. That's gotta retrieve. Shout out to the biggest underscore K. You bro, is that a shit state? She's sharded, bro. He proposed to her and she sharded in the club, bro.
Starting point is 01:26:54 No. Oh, nah. Let's get back to this Dylan Harper story, bro. No, I've seen the messages on that. She cold-blooded, though. Like, her message with that cold-blooded, like, game after game. Like, that's crazy, bro. Like, she texted, like, oh, he has a game here and he has a game after this.
Starting point is 01:28:01 come out i would love for you to come to both like what the ain't he nice bro like come on my shot him a little girl you feel me shout out my bro man hey man don't worry about that you feel me nah worry about the game nah don't worry about that game you sign for a nigga fin a sign for a hundred million do he give a
Starting point is 01:28:16 yes well he probably do give him what I'm saying he shouldn't give him for it if I have a hundred million and this taco nigga can hit my boy I can be stressed out like a butt don't put me in the game coach Because we lose it by 80.
Starting point is 01:28:32 No. Eat rent. I'm trying to degrade with this man. Hey. Pick in the last year's draft. One of the main reasons, the Spurs were just in the finals. And they probably won't win. If they were a bitch, Darren Fox.
Starting point is 01:29:09 Dylan Harper is literally one of the best young players in the NBA. And his girl is still. Give it to me. Harper's girlfriend, Joe. More like go go Lacey. She's going. Now apparently Dylan Harper's girl is also a hooper. They said she played at Boston College, and then she transferred the Rutgers.
Starting point is 01:29:48 And that's obviously how she met Dylan Harper. They both went to Rutgers. Dylan isn't the only Hooper in the relationship. So you both played at Rutgers, but how did you and Dylan meet? I would say we met in the gym actually playing basketball so he would work out in their men's gym there was like a glass in between and then I was working out in our other gym and it like started with just like seeing each other in between the glass and then it started with playing five and five and five two on twos and then whoever won between me my teammates and his teammates had to pay for dinner
Starting point is 01:30:19 so that's kind of how it started oh my gosh that NILA have been good that's amazing so you guys were playing i tag i see basically yeah I love that in turns oh she was she wasn't even nice enough to make the WNBA. How do you go undrafted in the WNBA? They said she signed. Oh, fuck. She went to my alma mater? I ain't going to lie, chat.
Starting point is 01:30:48 This video going to be a little bit hard, man, because I can't really, I can't really throw a Rutgers alumni under the bus like that. I do got little favorites. And the Rutgers women team usually is good, but yeah, yeah, yeah. But hold on, let me keep watching. The training camp deal with the Washington Mystics, but then got cut. Ouch. How did you get cut from the WNBA?
Starting point is 01:31:12 Bro, I thought you automatically make the WNBA. There's not that much talent. So Dylan Harper, you're definitely out of her league. She can't even make the league. Bro, I'm not holding my tongue anymore, bro. Y'all know I support the Spurs and my goat. Rembeniabha! So that means I support his teammates.
Starting point is 01:31:41 Dylan Harper is the future of the San Antonio Spurs. He should not be getting cheated on, especially with somebody that doesn't deserve him. Damn, Dink Green, you acting like you want the nigger. Nah, bro, no Clover. Well, she's getting cracked by random white skin niggas. Oh no. Remind you Dylan Harper?
Starting point is 01:32:02 Bro, let me get it. Let me get into this video before I start crashing out, bro. But before we get into these crazy messages, if you do not hit the subscribe button, you're gonna get cheated on next. Oh, no. I would not risk it, bro. Hit the subscribe button right now. Weirdo. All right, nigger, don't say I didn't warn you.
Starting point is 01:32:31 This goes for the females too. If you don't subscribe, your nigger is gonna cheat. Dylan Harper just signed what, like a $60 million rookie contract. He's getting cheated on. Six-five was just in the finals. You don't think you'll get cheated on too? The only thing that can save you is if you hit the subscribe button. Bro, come on, bro.
Starting point is 01:32:56 Brought to you by the man, D. Green. Why, I'm not son to my daughter, D Green. Shout to D. Green, eh? Thank you. Now, apparently it's two separate couples that were cheating. A woman came forward and was like, her boyfriend is cheating. Supposedly, this nigger was cheating on his girlfriend with Dylan Harper's girlfriend. What?
Starting point is 01:33:19 And supposedly they're saying Dylan Harper knew about it? A woman has been accused, has accused Dylan Harper girlfriend of sleeping with her boyfriend and claims Dylan Harper knows about the alleged affair, but still in the relationship with her. Huh? Don't tell me this nigga Dylan Harper is a cuck! Come on! We're not talking. He's at his sister's party anyways. So I'm guessing this is Dylan Harper's girlfriend in the gray and the nigger is in the blue.
Starting point is 01:33:54 Why y'all not talking? Y'all always arguing, bro. I don't feel like talking about it, but I ain't ready to be done. I want to see you again. The nigger said when you want to see me. Definitely when Dylan leaves for a game, I'll let you know. Fuck! Oh, no!
Starting point is 01:34:32 No! Now I gotta go check my bitch's phone! Let me see your phone. Yo, sometimes you see some crazy cheat nigger. You gotta go check yo chick nigger. Word. No, let me see your phone. Hold on, y'all.
Starting point is 01:34:59 Let me see your phone. What? I woke up Chris Breezy. She said when Dylan leaves for a game? So she was getting cracked whenever this nigger had a way games? Give it. Nah, that's the same, bro. To me.
Starting point is 01:35:21 Allegedly? She says, are you going to drive? Nica said, yeah, I'm going to drive down there, but I'm going to get a hotel. I ain't trying to be with that damn Rot Waller? Now, this shit happens. I ain't going to lie. I see that, man. It's time for some Chris Benoit shit, man.
Starting point is 01:35:42 Imagine a bitch talking about cheating with the next man's in my crib. I'm like, yeah. Yeah, yo, y'all, I should get a hotel this time. Man, I don't want to see that nigga Pluto no more. What? This thing I've been around my dog? Oh, hell not. Now, you got to, nah, it's over, bro.
Starting point is 01:35:59 It has to be real, bro. This is way too specific. They're talking about their dogs in. They're talking about, like, specific situations, bro. I think this shit is real. She said, what? He's nice, bro. That's like five T's and five E's.
Starting point is 01:36:18 She's overly going. Oh, my fuck. Oh, my, bro. Oh, my God. She said he's not going to do anything to you. Sure. Nigger said shit. I don't know about all of that, but motherfucker got teeth.
Starting point is 01:36:36 I'm good, but I'll be there for show. So she was literally trying to get cracked in Dylan Harper's house. Come on. Yeah, GGs, bro. This nigga. Yo. No, for real, bro. Nah, for real.
Starting point is 01:36:53 Not for real. That's insane. That's insane. That's insane, bro. G, geez, bro. I don't know about all of that, but motherfucker got teeth. I'm good, but I'll be there for show. So she was literally trying to get cracked in Dylan Harper's house.
Starting point is 01:37:17 Come on. Yeah, GGs, bro. This nigga Dylan Harper might win MVP this season. Y'all said we playing the Spurs tonight. Alright, all right, who I'm guarding? Who I'm guarding? Daring Fox. Devin Vasele, I'm putting the clamps on whoever. You said Dylan Harper? What, excuse me, but...
Starting point is 01:37:39 What Dylan Harper you were talking about? You, you talking about the rookie that was moving like a vet last year? You... you're talking about Ron Harper, son? No, no. What you mean I got a guard? Dylan Harper, I'm not guarding that nigga. I say what happened to him this summer, okay? That nigga girl cheated on him in his own crib,
Starting point is 01:37:58 and he's still with her. Chad, this is why you gotta have, like, you gotta have 30, you gotta have ring cameras out of the ass. You gotta, you gotta do a lot, bro. That nigga don't give a fuck about me. Yeah, um, listen. Give me Victor Wemba, y'all.
Starting point is 01:38:15 No, no, no, let me go Barb, okay? You feel me, I'm here with it. I'm not guarding that other nigga. I didn't, I didn't know what you knew about it. Let me guard. What is he 30% chance of being MVP? I would rather guard Wemby than guard Dillen Hall but I just got cheated on.
Starting point is 01:38:27 I'm okay, I'm cool. Let me go out with me. No, y'all's setting me up. Y'all's setting me up. Cause y'all want me to go guard him. He's gonna go tween, tween, behind the back, spin, moving, dunk on my head like I'm the one that fuck this girl. No, I'm not going.
Starting point is 01:38:39 No, no, no. You can really make it to the NBA finals of your rookie season. You can really make it to the NBA finals in your rookie season. Have niggas saying you better than De'Am Fox. If you're on the verge of making $100 million, then your hoes, they'll be going. That's the fact
Starting point is 01:38:51 I feel for him But I ain't got it I'm not got it Bro, this gives you Way more hunger Than getting put on child support Nah, that nigga Dylan Harper might end up
Starting point is 01:38:59 Being up being a 96 Overall this season He said we didn't get to do Much last time Shit, I don't know about all that Muffer We didn't get to do much last time That mean that nigga
Starting point is 01:39:12 Twitsing your bitch up Like a pretzel nigga You know you just start Fucking a bitch man You're trying to do everything Yeah but yo Yo, I ain't nothing in your mouth yet yo I ain't hit a dog you off the balcony yet

Starting point is 01:39:46 pretzel nigga from auntie's nigga she said yeah because you were scary? No. Oh, my God. She's begging for it. Give it to me. She's calling this nigga scary because he doesn't want to crack you while Dylan Harper's
Starting point is 01:40:07 dog is watching. He said, I promise y'all. That shit was happening in my crib, man. Pluto is jump. Yo, he's, yo, somebody dying, bro. And I wouldn't be mad if it was both of them. Like, straight up.
Starting point is 01:40:22 Straight up. No, I was trying to be. respectful and shit? What? Hey, bro, don't you got a girl? You're literally breaking up two homes. Nick is talking about being
Starting point is 01:40:35 respectful. I've seen a pick of you in Dylan Harper's jersey. That's the most disrespectful shit possible. I can come whenever you just got to let me know. I don't even know how far San Antonio
Starting point is 01:40:51 is from here. It's like four hours, I think. You can come. can come probably the end of July before Dylan comes back. You sneaky bitch! Let me calm down, bro. The doctor told me I gotta lower my blood pressure, but damn it, bro. Let me chill.
Starting point is 01:41:13 Breathe. Bro, she's literally back door in Dylan Harper. Back during this nigger in his own house. He's coming back, but then he's going back. then he's going to Chicago and then we're going to Paris. So yeah, come before. Now, remind you, they said Dylan Harper already knew about it. Because I remember Dylan Harper posted some photos with his girl in Paris.
Starting point is 01:41:43 Now, if it is true that Dylan Harper knew his girl was going, that is true that Dylan Harper knows. That must mean Dylan Harper must have been cracking some. somebody else too. Facts. Okay, yeah, facts. So it's just everybody cheating or what? Like, what's really going on? I'm also going back home beginning of September. Okay, you want me to go to Penn to? I've actually never been. That's no key crazy. You don't have to, but I would love it if you did. Bro. Hey, Dios meo! Y'all be safe out there, bro, because your girl is probably going. She said, where are you? you at. He said I'm like an hour away. I'm hungry though. You want to get food or you already ate?
Starting point is 01:42:32 No, we can get food. I want to try a new place. Bet, tell me more. Wait, let me do research on TikTok. I don't have any ideas yet. Bro, they were going out on public dates. Help! Help! TikTok the new Google. They be having everything on that motherfucker. Call me. You know how I feel. Chat, he must have been cheating on her, bro. He must, like, here's my thing.
Starting point is 01:43:03 I've adopted a new philosophy on life. Listen, it's better. When you really cover a girl, nigga, you gotta care, nigga. Like, trust me. Ain't the worst feeling is your girl doing some shit. When it's not your girl, whatever, man. But you can't give her full girlfriend treatment then. You get what I'm saying?
Starting point is 01:43:26 About texting. They had a close cheating relationship. Okay, I will. Give me like 10 minutes. She was waiting for Dylan Harper to leave, probably. About to pull up. I'm here. Coming outside now.
Starting point is 01:43:46 Okay, bet. Wait, are you driving or are you parking? Bro. Bro. Bro. You are way, way out of her league, Dylan Harper? I told y'all she couldn't even make the WNBA. Bro, Dylan Harper, you're him. You could get Rakea Jackson, all the baddies in the WNBA,
Starting point is 01:44:10 bro. This girl's not even like that, respectfully. You know what, fuck that, not respectfully. She's not even like that. I ain't a lot. Niggas told me Dylan Harper girlfriend. She and I was like, no, fuck. Then I went view the profile. Dylan you good, my nigga. Get ready to lay some up in a few weeks, my nigga. Big season ahead, nigga. Bad shit from here on out, you're a bad shit from here on out, my nigga. And it's not like y'all are a high school.
Starting point is 01:44:35 Yo, that's the worst part about it. Like, yo, surety kind of like, you should tell. This type of chick should be making the best food. She's the best chef. She gives you foot massages. She sucked dick on command. Niggas, she foe your clothes. She should be following your jerseys, nigga.
Starting point is 01:44:52 You're game worn and shit. Yeah, you're jockstrap. nigga, the fucking sleeve you wear. This chick should be doing everything to keep her spot. Niggas, she don't even look that good. She's not like, you know sometimes when a chick got that like, yo, I know you can't find another one of me that quickly. Yo, niggins, she's probably the worst chick he could get.
Starting point is 01:45:11 And she's acting up. Cool, sweethearts. Bro, y'all met when y'all was in college. You can do way, way better Dylan Harper. I don't care if Dylan Harper is cheating, too. You can do way better nigger. I'm not holding my tongue. My third eye is open.
Starting point is 01:45:31 The shit said how did they get pictures of us together? Bro, they got caught. Shit. This is the light skin, nigga. Them in the car together when he went to go visit her in San Antonio. And didn't Dylan Harper just have a preseason game the other day? Them niggas got caught. I don't know. Where is it from?
Starting point is 01:46:09 It looks like somebody's close friend's story. Oh, I don't know. Check your people. You just solved it yourself. Dylan saw them. I just pray that dumb-ass T-page. Don't get them. I'm not in the mood.
Starting point is 01:46:26 Come on. That's exactly what happened. Messy. Now, this is the light-skinned niggas girlfriend that was also getting cheated on. She said since this girl keep texting my man and her slow-ass boyfriend keeps staying with her trifling cheating eyes, now everybody getting exposed. Oh no. She said I'll start up with something nobody's seen. This is him in her hotel room. She said, she said, should I keep this going? This shit is weird. They've been fucking with each other since February and
Starting point is 01:47:06 Dylan isn't doing anything about it. Like, why the fuck you kid? Yo, chat, this sound like, this sound like some shit I did. Remember, I told you? Nigger was trying to fault with my bitch. Nick, I hit up his wife, nigga. Fuck that, Nick.
Starting point is 01:47:21 I ain't got time for that, man. Stop playing with me, nigga. Look like she hit up Dylan like, yo, bro. You know, you know your girl is fucking my guy, right? And Dylan probably was like, yeah, I know. What's the problem? Keep supporting the cheating ass.
Starting point is 01:47:40 They've been on FaceTime together and everything. You are weird. I don't want to be associated with none of y'all. Just disgusting. And by the way, chat, I put the viewer count up on top of the screen right here. I ain't know how to combine it, but you got a King Act. So the King Academics Channel is first. I hope y'all can see it.
Starting point is 01:48:01 Y'all see it up there? King Academics is over there. We got Kick right there. And then we have the Academy right there. Right there. Right there. So if you'd be wondering how many people watching, just add all three of the numbers up. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:48:16 Yeah. Okay. Throw out of all the rappers and celebrities and athletes. Who would- I think I say Dylan 22. Go out their way to expose Dylan Harper getting cheated on. That's what makes me think this shit is really real. Dylan Harper is relatively like a low-key.
Starting point is 01:48:37 nigger bro i mean he posted his girl here and then but he's mostly just basketball bra who would go out their way to be this messy towards Dylan harper his girl was really getting cracked give it to me allegedly well wait apparently this light skin nigger finally addresses all the accusations what all right so we're gonna clear out these allegations on this video right now. Yeah, he fucked her, bro. He fucked up, bro. Like, I could tell, man. I could tell. Right. Apparently, I'm going viral for sleeping with an NBA player girlfriend. And I did. Hey, listen, brother, I don't know that girl. I ain't never seen that girl in my life. Damn. W. Side nigger. W. Side nigga. Okay, so this nigger is definitely lying.
Starting point is 01:49:39 Because this is exactly how I sound when I lie. Somebody did some weird shit and put my face and AI did with her. I don't know about them just like they don't know. Yo gang, you are irrelevant. Ain't anybody AI you with nothing. Bro, everybody's favorite excuse in 2026 is that it's AI. Sure. Bro, everything isn't AI.
Starting point is 01:50:03 I did not know about them. I too is that picture of me in her hotel room family. I was in Chicago in a dress room when I took that. It's literally fake. Like just come on man use your eyes. Uh, another thing is everybody in my DM talking crazy. Don't bro don't come outside. We gonna catch you outside.
Starting point is 01:50:22 Brother, my life is good. I'm not worried about none of that troll shit. All right. So long story short is fake. Stop listening to the internet. Bro, I ain't gonna lie. You really didn't prove shit. You posted one other picture saying that, oh, with AI because I was right here.
Starting point is 01:50:38 Bro, the picture you posted could have also been AI. You didn't prove shit, bro. You didn't come with no real evidence. Bro, this Kaisenet-ass explanation. You ain't prove shit, bro? And you want to know what makes it even worse? Dylan Harper's girlfriend reposted this nigger. We're going to clear out his allegations on this. Guilty.
Starting point is 01:51:03 Bro, if you just got exposed for allegedly cheating with this nigger, why would you repost his TikTok? Hey, bro, what the fuck? is going on you know what dylan harper if you do not break up with this girl there's something about you we don't know about bro if you don't break up with her bro just change your number to 22 just like adam 22 your new name would be dillin 22 now allegedly they said dillin harper is cheating too i don't care about any of that bro NBA players are supposed to cheat that that gives her no excuse to cheat back
Starting point is 01:51:44 fuck the Aaron Fox coach yo I got I got to subscribe this nigga I got to subscribe this nigga shot this nigga oh I'm gonna these bitches level baller learned death from my father oh man
Starting point is 01:51:58 nah Dylan Harper is that is like that and ain't shit of coincidence if your mind telling you some bullshit some bullshit is going on you better start
Starting point is 01:52:18 snipping around this dylan harper situation is just wild as hell bro if you don't know who dylan harper is he's a solid young player for the spurs the number two overall pick in last year's draft and he should be starting over deering fox by the way but i digress but his girlfriend jojo lacey just got exposed for cheating on him and the evidence slash his response to all this is just wild so if you're new to the channel man make sure you sub up we on a road to 100k make sure you join the discord i'm in there every single day let's get into it man so when these two got together people were already getting on jojo about their age gap because she's four years older than him and they started dating chat didn't i tell y'all the cougars are bagging the dudes up with the end i'm
Starting point is 01:53:03 telling you chat i'm telling you but here's the thing though i'm gonna keep it a bean when these young dudes get with these chicks like they they cheat on these chicks too though you know i mean like because right here this is what we call you know these chicks when they're four years old in the dude, they're starter pussy. Like, that's like start a pussy
Starting point is 01:53:22 for the league. Like, the niggas interested in that box because, like, oh shit, he thinks that, yo, that's what niggas
Starting point is 01:53:30 who's on fucks. You get what I'm saying? Like, this man, start a pussy. You get what I'm saying? Like, I'm going to cap with you.
Starting point is 01:53:37 Like, Celina was a starter pussy for like, for like, for like, for like, rap. You get what I'm saying?
Starting point is 01:53:42 Like, you gotta hit it. Like, now I feel like you're really in the league. You feel like you're really in the game. young dudes, they getting the starter pussy from like a lot of the girls who are like catching them early.
Starting point is 01:53:53 You get what I'm saying? But after they get the starter pussy like they start cheating and shit like that. And maybe that's why she's like, all right, fuck it, I'll cheat too. Except you don't cheat all a nigga that's making a million dollars. I'm going to keep it a being with you. Two years ago when Dylan was 18 and she was 22. I ain't go a lot. When I was 22, I would not go lower than 20, but to each his own.
Starting point is 01:54:14 You know, a lot of people aren't going to really care that much because she's a woman. Jojo played college basketball and she went undrafted in the WMBA in 2025, signed a training cam deal, but was cut soon after. While Dylan was basically penciled in as the number two overall pick behind Cooper Flagg. She know what she was doing, man. It seems like she was plotting early. So the girlfriend of the man Jojo Lacey is cheating with exposed everything. And let's just read these messages and IG stories because, br, it gets crazy. She says that since this girl keeps texting my man and her slow-ass boyfriend keeps staying with her trifling cheating,
Starting point is 01:54:46 everyone is getting exposed I'll start off with something nobody's seen this is him in her hotel room when they were in Pennsylvania she shows a picture of them in a car together when he went to go visit her in San Antonio and she's in the front with his best friend is not her car it's clear as day I mean she's right here bro you feel me and this is the dude that she cheating with she cheating on Dylan Harper with Killian Hayes and this message says I guess this is the boyfriend texting you know her we're back on good terms don't text my phone until I text you Yo, these women be devious, bro.
Starting point is 01:55:20 Like, that's actually nuts, bro. You're going to wait till y'all on bad terms, so y'all don't talk, and then you about to go back with the other bull. Like, that's crazy. That's actually nuts. And first of all, I want to point out, why is the name Josiah?
Starting point is 01:55:32 Did he make the name Josiah in his phone to make it seem like it's a guy and not a girl? Or is her name Josiah? I'll be crazy if her name is actually Josiah. As a woman, that's actually crazy. Then we're going to get into the messages, man. These messages, br, wild. But she says,
Starting point is 01:55:46 we're not talking he's at his sister party anyway he said why y'all not talking you're always arguing bro i don't feel like talking about it but i'm ready to be done i want to see you again when you want to see me definitely when dylan leaves for a game i will let you know are you gonna drive he said yes i'm a drive d'amma be honest with you chat it's always it's it's fun for the for the person who's cheating and for the person who's the side nigger it's hell for the person being cheated on. Because I ain't going to lie to you. Your cortisol rates and spiking and all that, whatever it is called.
Starting point is 01:56:22 Like, you know, you're having a good time. When he's fucking her, that pussy feels even 20 times better, bro. I'm telling you, it's not your girl. Like, y'all are texting about the cheating. Y'all are almost giggling to inside joke. When he meets a rip, bro, oh, it's on and popping. It's on and popping. I can tell you, they're having a good time.
Starting point is 01:56:43 I guess the real thing is just kind of figuring out, what this Dylan Harper do like what he expects or what he thinks about his whole thing down there but i'm gonna get a hotel i ain't trying to be with that damn rotwaller she said what he's nice he's not gonna do anything to you he said i don't know about all that the motherfucker got teed i'm good but i'll be there for sure we didn't get to do too much last time she said yeah because you were scary i know it's something is watching this video that's just sick to their stomach just like thinking about something like this that happened when they they seen their girl cheating and they just read messages bro she's calling him scary for not wanting to crack her in her boyfriend's house
Starting point is 01:57:20 some women are just demonic creatures bro he said no i was trying to be respectful and shit and i'm not gonna lie this is not on him bro i mean he did cheat on his girl but like you can't get mad at him in this situation you dead ass can't get mad i mean if i'm doing that i'm just do my big one i'm not fun to just be respectful what you mean then he says uh i can come over you just got to let me know i don't even know how far san antonio is from here she's yo chat let me take that this women cheating women cheating is like something different than men when we cheat we just trying to go get the nut off that we could just like come back to like being regular everything is calm down we back to our girl when women cheat they're kind of diabolical they want to like listen
Starting point is 01:58:06 when a nigger cheats you call his phone he not answering when a woman's cheating you call her phone Niggas she's still answering, nigga. She's still answering, nigga. She's answering, she might be sucking his dick. Like, niggas, she's doing, niggins, she's playing fear factor. She's playing fear factor with it. You know, when a woman is cheating, it's like,
Starting point is 01:58:29 this is like difficulty in a hundred for her. She's doing her a big one. When a man's cheating, we want to be off the map. We come up with dumb excuses. Oh, my phone wasn't working. And I told you, didn't I say I need a new phone? Like, my battery would just be going on. My service, whack, man.
Starting point is 01:58:46 I don't know why I got T-Mobile, man. A girl who cheating, nigger, she still answered the first ring, nigger. She's telling niggins she's cheating with to be quiet, nigga. Right there. I don't even trust, this is me. I don't trust the side chick enough to be quiet. I'm not answering the phone around her. Do you know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 01:59:04 Yo, women are diabolical. So when she's telling this nigger like, yo, bro, you being scary. Nigger, she want to get, bro, she want to be doing the tiling. split in the crib getting piped out real talk he probably was over here like yo damn does this niggas got cameras in here like yo yo is somebody going like because remember i told you rule number one don't fuck a chick who got a man or baby daddy at her spot you got to fuck on on your home turf of course the nigger can't get comfortably he don't know if somebody about a bus through the door He'll know about the camera situation in here.
Starting point is 01:59:45 He don't know if, like, there's somebody else that got the key. Of course, nigga, like sometimes, yo, he probably so paranoid. He can't even get hard. Like, pause. Like, he probably can't even get up there with it. You feel me? She's on there. She's, yo, she's playing Fear Factor, man.
Starting point is 01:59:59 She's playing Fear Factor. She don't give her damn. He says it's like four hours. So that man drove four hours to go crack Dylan Harper's girl, bro. And it turns out that this man is actually a fan of Dylan Harper. This is actually nuts, bro. This is ridiculous. How many niggas can say,
Starting point is 02:00:20 yo, I crack my favorite players girl. I'm not saying this is something that you should champion or you should just be proud of. But at the same time, how many nicks can say that? Bro, this is actually nuts. He pulling up to the games. She had courtside. And you're just like, damn,
Starting point is 02:00:35 I really cracked this, nigger girl. He going crazy in the finals, hooping in the playoffs, shit like that. And you just like, damn, this s' shit don't know I'm cracking his girl. This is actually an insane development. All right, so we're going to clear out these allegations on this video right now, right? Apparently I'm going viral for sleeping with an NBA player girlfriend.
Starting point is 02:00:54 Hey, listen, brother, I don't know that girl. I ain't never seen that girl in my life. Somebody did some weird shit and put my face and AI did with her. I don't know about them just like they don't know about me. I really did not know about them. I, too, is that picture of me and her hotel room family. I was in Chicago in a dress room when I took that. It's literally fake.
Starting point is 02:01:14 Like just come on man use your eyes. Another thing is everybody in my DM talking crazy. Yo bro don't come outside. We gonna catch you outside. Brother, my life is good. I'm not worried about none of that troll shit. So long story short is fake. Stop listening to the internet.
Starting point is 02:01:31 She says you can come probably at the end of July before Dylan comes back. He's coming back, but then he's going to Chicago and then we're going to Paris. So yeah, come before. And now let's talk about this Paris thing because they actually end up going to Paris. bro as you can see they're in paris like this is nuts she was not lying they definitely went to paris after that she says i'm gonna be back
Starting point is 02:01:52 home at the beginning of september then he asked so you want me to go to pen too i guess he's talking about pennsylvania she says you don't have to but i would love it if you did and that's where it goes back to the hotel and stuff like that she says where you at he said i'm like an hour away you want to get food and stuff like that and basically this is like talking about them
Starting point is 02:02:08 going to places you know to go out to eat and stuff like that and i guess people got pictures of them together he says i don't know where this is where this is from it looks like somebody's close friend's story she says i don't know check your phone you just solved it yourself dylan saw them i pray that that dumb ass t page don't get them i'm not in the move and we're gonna talk about that that t page or whatever she's talking about in a little bit then the guy's girlfriend just keeps going on the tirade exposing stuff ain't that her hair right there okay you're not slick they always was on the phone this past week especially when dylan was at training camp
Starting point is 02:02:39 bro training camp literally just started in september bro you know training camp we all know if you watch basketball or the NBA training camp starts in September and you see all these calls bro literally all these calls every day they're talking she said i mean should i keep going this is weird they've been effing with each other since february and dillon isn't doing anything about it why do y'all keep supporting a cheating asshole they be on face time together and everything y'all weird i don't want to be associated with none of y'all is disgusting damn i could feel that right i could feel that but at the end of the day why are you mad at him for not doing anything about it that's not your relationship that's just me though like i'm not worrying about with the other boy i'm gonna try to
Starting point is 02:03:16 like give him a heads up but like what you do with that information is up to you i'm just trying to get you a heads up you should be mad at your nid like why you mad at him now back to the t-page situation i was gonna talk about so basically she got exposed in august for cheating on him in dms with a football player but nothing can wait what this ain't her first time hey this is jojo from earlier i remember nice me and you you too hey what's up this is in February I guess this is probably a year after she says you're from Miami right I loved it out there definitely want to go back he said for show slide what happened with you and your boyfriend she said what why are you texting me she said oh we're not really speaking to each other bro she she knew what
Starting point is 02:03:59 he was talking about he said trouble in paradise and right before a valentine's day is crazy she didn't even acknowledge that she just laughed she said what have you been up to since may not shit for real i got some e-commerce whatever whatever and then they just keep talking right he said what time can i catch you at a game so I basically so they can link and uh where are you at in Texas he said you look he said you look good though this this and that and even Ron Harper Dylan's pops is defending her after this came out in August you see the day it says August 21st and he says go live your life with the clown emoji well it looks like Jojo was living hers.
Starting point is 02:04:33 Yo bro like that's actually sad like the family dead ass was on her side and she's just doing your son dirty low key bro that's crazy and now everybody's accusing Dylan of being a after seeing all the comments and evidence about this situation, and it seems like he's still choosing to do nothing about it. I mean, just look at these tweets, bro. They just rose to him saying Dylan Harper when his girlfriend's boyfriend say he can't watch, saying that he would rather post about a coach than address his girl being a hoe.
Starting point is 02:04:59 There's somebody else said Dylan was trying his ass off against the wolves while his girl was getting power bombed in the hotel room. Yo, this is not funny, but, bro, it is funny. I can't lie. Because, yo, it's not funny, though. But, like, come up, bro. Like that, yeah, that's crazy. That's actually crazy.
Starting point is 02:05:15 And that was until I seen these photos that apparently dropped of Dylan getting his leg back. And her internet is still cooking him for cheating back. He can't win. Saying that it's a female. Nah, no, no, this chick looked better than, what, I got to see her full body, but she looked better than his girl. Thing to do, and he should have just left. I'm going to be honest. They aren't completely wrong.
Starting point is 02:05:36 I don't think cheating back is exclusive to women. I don't agree with that part. But I do think it's a sign of emotional immaturity. Just leave, bro, because this will never get better. She's not even all that to stay around, man. Like, you Dylan fucking Harper. You could find a little thick Texas woman. Then again, I don't know.
Starting point is 02:05:52 You saw what Chuck said about them San Antonio women. I think it's a great city. I think they got the best organization NBA. But they do have some big old women. I mean, come on now. And I just found out that these pictures are from the August situation where Jojo got exposed. So it all makes sense while he's staying around. He probably cheated first when he went to Turks.
Starting point is 02:06:11 and she cheated back with two different men. Either way, he's bugging for staying, bro. But if he never cheated on her, this is wild. And based on these photos, you could tell his heart not really in it. You can just see the pain of his eyes. He's a good kid. Bro, is the type of cheat and tell the other woman, why would you make me do this?
Starting point is 02:06:27 Yo, you know, Dylan, man. I ain't going to lie, man. Big Act is here, man. I give advice only from a place of experience, not from some goofy-ass other, like, perfectionist shit. Dylan what that first The commentator was talking about
Starting point is 02:06:45 He right Don't feel bad that you cheated To stay with the scally wag Nigger you're supposed to cheat Nigger the fuck You in the NBA nigga This chick didn't even make
Starting point is 02:06:58 The WNBA nigga And I ain't gonna lie to you Like your br I ain't gonna Yo Charles Barkley Jr. Like Chrison Rock's son Couldn't make that That fucking league right now Brough
Starting point is 02:07:09 Don't except cheating from the scallywag that don't got nothing going on just because she caught you cheating. I ain't going to lie. I was caught the Matrix a couple of times where I'm like, yeah, yo, she caught me with like so many businesses. I'm like, I guess I got to tolerate some shit. No, nigger, I got to be honest. I shouldn't have tolerated nothing. Yo, listen, it comes with a job description.
Starting point is 02:07:33 Yo, you dating big act. I'm sorry. That's what I should have said. I ain't say that. Yo, you're big Dylan. You're not Dylan 22. You're a big dillon, nigga. Nick, I seen how you was bawling.
Starting point is 02:07:45 Yo, bro. Yo, cheating come with the job description. It come with it. Yo, stop it. It come with it. Your girl thinks she getting her a lick back? No, brother. No.
Starting point is 02:08:00 Now, I'm not going to chastise you if you stay with her. Because trust me, I should have released a lot of them off my roster before then, too. So I'm not no hypocrite. But, brother, find your worth and know your worth. Without you, that chick is irrelevant and it's going to be just fucking niggas off TikTok that's doing galaxies, bro. Trust me, gang. Trust me. I've been there.
Starting point is 02:08:24 Move on with your life. Go get you $200 million from the spurs of somebody else. And trust me, you could have a new ting every night. But if your girl think that is tit for tat, is tit for tat? Oh, yeah. Dylan, you can't say nothing about me messaging the NFL. player you you did you did x y z remember when you went to turks bitch i'm dylan harper what the fuck is you talking about let me tell you this
Starting point is 02:08:52 lebron does his thing allegedly ain't no lickback for no savannah facts that's how it works listen when you get to a certain level ain't no lickback she's treating you like a peon i've been there dillon you got to lead this ho you gotta leave her send her back yo send her back to Jen Pop. Send her ass back to Jen Pop and go on with your career. And here's the thing. The only real good advice I could give him. I know you probably love her to say in third.
Starting point is 02:09:27 You probably like, damn, you know what? She never cheated before I started cheated. Trust me. That's what I thought too. Like, man, you know, she ain't really do nothing crazy until I start doing shit crazy. So maybe it's my fault. It ain't your fault, nigga. You're Dylan Harper, nigga.
Starting point is 02:09:40 It's big Dylan, nigga. It ain't a little one. Yo, get her ass on out of there before she started getting something like, what do you call it again? It's called Rainy Day. It's called the Rainy Day Fun, the insurance plans where now she started like she started realizing that you don't really need her. So she, she get all the info on you and try to blackmail your ass, man. Trust me, man. Get her out of here now, bro.
Starting point is 02:10:09 Trust me. Trust me, bro. But I know you probably won't. but once you realize your worth you will eventually make sure you don't get a pregnant nothing like that get her the fuck one out of the paint bro
Starting point is 02:10:20 please please you gotta do that bro I've been there I've been there bro I've been there when I heard about some spooky shit and I'm like well I don't know if I could really go I don't know if I could really say nothing because like nigga
Starting point is 02:10:33 shit nigga like she she'll lock my fucking You know, every nigga got like a You know, you got baddie hub and porn hub Then you got your own personal collection Nakeda.
Starting point is 02:10:51 Niggas, she didn't even know I was fucking That many holes. I'm like, damn. That's, I fucked up. But hell not, man, you're not supposed to tolerate this shit. I don't care if you cheat, nigga. She's supposed to stay faithful, nigga. That's a fact.
Starting point is 02:11:08 So, yo, Dylan, man. Get her ass on out of there. And by the way, here's the thing. you can't do nothing with her anyway. Bro, she's fucking niggies when you're practicing. You'll never trust her again. It's over. It's over.
Starting point is 02:11:28 It's either over or you're going to fall out of the NBA in terms of like you're going to be super obsessive. Like, yo, you pause and practice like, yo, I need a water break. You run to the bathroom trying to call her. Yo, where you at? Where you at? Yo, the location say, why are your location off?
Starting point is 02:11:41 Nah, don't do that, bro. Focus on your career, man. She'd be all right, bro. God knew not to put me in this situation because I'm taking down mothers, aunties. You feel me like, yo, just to spite you. But on a serious note, what makes this even worse is the fact that she supported him so openly, got a custom jacket made of him, went to his playoff games and his finals games, and she was doing some wifey shit.
Starting point is 02:12:04 Just to turn around and get folded like a pretzel in that man's bed, bro. He's set to make like $14 million next year. So if he keeps her around, she basically kept her meal ticket while doing her dirt on the side. It goes to show you, it don't matter how much. money or status you have or how talented you are, your girl is still going. Time and time again, we see so many examples of this. But what's up with the Spurs organization, all these relationships slash marriage controversies all the time?
Starting point is 02:12:29 First it was Tony Parker having an affair with his teammate Brent Barry's wife. Then it was Lindy Waters' sister getting cracked by the Spurs play-by-play announcer this summer that caused him a get fired, lose his girlfriend, and I think he just got rehired. Now is this situation with heart. Hey, I'm thinking. And what about Tim Duncan and his wife getting cracked by like the, is the Gar- Hardner or some shit like that. It was like some house worker.
Starting point is 02:12:50 I think and Dylan might have a career season, bray after all this, man. Make sure if you bet on him, you run the over on every single thing. Points, rebounds, assists, files. Everybody knows athletes always have a career high when they have another kid or when they get cheated on. So you're just going to have to stay tuned and see, man.
Starting point is 02:13:07 Hey, man, I hope all goes well with whoever is involved. Y'all be safe out here, man, because, hey, it's treacherous in these streets, man. But let me know what you think about this in the comments. Make sure. God damn, man. Shit is fucked up. Whatever. All right.
Starting point is 02:13:28 Yeah, Tim Duncan, wife, was cheating on him. We like the trainer. The trainer and the security guards, you always got to watch out for them, bro. So what? The woman, the woman. Come on, can we... So on the same thing.
Starting point is 02:13:49 All right. Let me attempt this Cornell 7 thing, okay? That's too long. I like this guy. All right, let's talk about the Cornell 7. Now, if you don't know who the Cornell 7 are, it's a group of seven male. Cornell students who allegedly SAD a female Cornell student. Now if you don't know what
Starting point is 02:14:26 Saad means look in the comments but it made me essay so the so these are the these are the kids who got accused of sexually assault in a female think about how Saad is spelled S a you know we got to get past the algorithm now the story's actually not as simple as it seems there are a lot of twists in turn so you got a locked in for starters this event happened Two years ago, 24. So again, two years ago, Jane Doe, the person who was sod, decides, okay, I want to go to a bar. She goes to a bar, but she had a problem. She's only 20.
Starting point is 02:15:01 The bar says, okay, bet you can come in, but you can't buy any drinks. So we're going to give you a wristband. Jane Doe goes in. She gets drinks anyway. Remember that. Now, she then decides to text her friend Matthew Ingalls. Yeah, we go and name deep in this one. Ain't no hide.
Starting point is 02:15:17 Matthew said, chah, like, what's good? She said, yeah, um, dude, like, what's your frat doing? Are you guys having a party? Matthew Ingalls, all these people are part of a fraternity. Matthew said, yeah, I did, like, totally. Like, we're having a party right now. You're like, you should pull up. Jane Doe pulls up to the party.
Starting point is 02:15:31 She says, at this point, she's about a five out of ten lit. Okay. Matthew Ingalls over there. He says, let's dance. They dance. She says, it's like, you know, provocative dancing. Matthew says, hey, what about you, me, and another friend of mine, entangle? If you don't know what I mean by Intangle, look in the comments.
Starting point is 02:15:50 She says, sure. In Jane Doe's words, she thought that meant they were gay, so she was cool with it. I don't know exactly what that means, but that's what she said. All right. That's some white boy shit. I've never been to train, but y'all ask chicks, yeah, ask chicks like if we're going to run a train? This other friend was Jonathan Newell. Okay, so Matthew Ingalls, Jonathan Newell, Jane Doe.
Starting point is 02:16:23 Okay, so these two dudes right here. And the shorty. Go upstairs. Matthew Ingalls, Jonathan Newell, begin to ingest special K. And I ain't talking cereal. What special K? I'm not up on a new drugs. Is that ketamine?
Starting point is 02:16:44 I'm talking about something else with the same name that you eat with your nose, not your mouth. So they began to eat special K. They say, hey, Jane, eat some special K with us. Jane says she ate the special K, then her, Matthew, and Jonathan began to entangle. Matthew, too lit. He said, oh man, you know, I got to take a nap. Matthew takes a nap. Now it's just Jonathan.
Starting point is 02:17:06 Thing is, though, Jane Doe seemed to have a crush on Matthew. Jonathan is just there. Jonathan says, well, it looks like it's just me and you. She said, Matthew, you okay? Matthew's asleep. Jonathan said, they began to kiss. But then Jonathan begins to reach downwards. She begins to push his hand away multiple times.
Starting point is 02:17:28 Now at this point, do to do, do, they hear a knock on the door. It's Gileo Lopez. Jane Doe lets him in because it's his room. Gileo Lopez introduces himself as soon as Jane Doe and him shake hands, he pulls her in and they begin to kiss. One thing leads to another. Jane Doe begins to entangle with Gileo Lopez, Jonathan Newell, while Matthew Engels is asleep. In fact, they're right next to him as he sleeps. At some point, he wakes up. He says, saw like dude i really got blocked out there like what's going on matthew sees what's going on then says hey can i join jane doe her words were hell no now in her words she says hell no because it's going to get graphic listen closely because that meant one guy mouth one guy a place she's comfortable with
Starting point is 02:18:18 and another guy a place she's uncomfortable with that confuses you look in the comments but trust me i cannot explain further so at this point gileo Lopez leaves the room. Jonathan Newwell's, Matthew Engels, only people left. Jonathan Newwell's then makes a Snapchat message saying to the whole fraternity group, free, look at the very top right there, pull up, says this in a Snapchat message. What the fuck? No, that's crazy. Free pussy in a lump P.U.
Starting point is 02:18:53 This is crazy work. What? Look at the very top right there. Pull up says it's in a Snapchat message. So at this point, Diego Winston, the two Scots pull up to the room. Now, she says at this point, her memory starts getting a little fuzzy. Like that special case she ate the drinks is really starting to hit. She says she hides under the cover.
Starting point is 02:19:19 She's like, yo, what? Why are all these people coming in? Jonathan said, I don't know. Now Jane Doe says at this point she starts getting compliments about her body. they all start eating special K off of each other. She eating special K off some people and they're eating special K off of her. Somebody walks in, the accounts are kind of back and forth.
Starting point is 02:19:39 Gileo Lopez I saw at some point is the person that walked in and said, yo, yo, yo, yo, all right, I'm ending all this. I'm dead in all this. This is not. This is crazy. So they all disperse. Matthew Engels, Jane Doe, and Winston Lee, dude on the top right, right there. Winston Lee go to another room.
Starting point is 02:19:57 and begin to entangle. Jane Doe then says she's tired, she's done. It's 6 a.m. at this point, they stop. They all go their separate ways. Now, Jane Doe at home. Rumors about her start getting spread throughout the campus. She starts texting Matthew, telling them her reputations destroy. She's stressed out.
Starting point is 02:20:17 Matthew's like, yeah, that was a lot. She's like, yeah, it was, but like, we good. I love you, King. They're still cordial at this point. But the stakes start getting higher. One of her sorority sisters pulled up to her and says, yo, I'm hearing these crazy things about you, girl. Like, what's going on?
Starting point is 02:20:33 She said, yeah, I mean, unfortunately, those rumors are true. Ha, ha, ha, ha. This is according to the sorority sisters. She says she laughed and she, you know, that's what she said. Okay. So like two weeks later, the fraternity is going to have another. Nah, there's some whole shit. I'm trying to keep the story up.
Starting point is 02:21:00 So let me get the straight chat. She liked this guy. she fucked this guy she put him to sleep because they're off some shit she's on zombie mode she stays up this guy had invited this guy
Starting point is 02:21:19 but she thought they were like low key on some gay shit but she really wanted to fuck this guy so this guy falls asleep then this guy's trying to fuck look like you know she's you know I guess he's wearing her down whatever whatever this this niggis
Starting point is 02:21:34 knocked out sleeping she starts to kind of mess with him then this guy comes in because it's his room he comes in because it's his room I guess maybe she finds him a little bit more attractive than him so she's like he starts kind of getting with her she kind of is going with that and then apparently somebody texts the group and all of a sudden I don't know four niggas come in but something happened but he wakes up at some point saying what the hell. I was popping. I don't know. I think he
Starting point is 02:22:10 wakes up when these two are going and the chick says, nah, you can't join in because I don't got an extra slot for you. Okay. Hmm. All right. Not the police. This is Cornell. Again, they said
Starting point is 02:22:31 Matthew, per our investigation, he's expelled. He sighed her. Jonathan Newell, expelled. He sighed her. Winston Lee, suspended from Cornell for two years, he got probation. Gileo Lopez suspended for three semesters for his role. Diego Sarabia banned on campus for three years because he already graduated. The two Scots got a no
Starting point is 02:22:58 contact order. They weren't suspended. They weren't expelled. They were determined to not have entangled with her at any point. So they said, okay, y'all to not expel. Diego at one point kissed her and that's why he was banned for three years. Gileo and Winston again at some point entangled with her. Jonathan Matthew at some point entangled with her but on top of that Jonathan texted everybody. Hey, pull up to the room free. Y'all remember what he said. Matthew, he's kind of the initiator of this whole thing.
Starting point is 02:23:29 They're looking like they're getting the most punishment from Cornell. Okay, now here is where things start to get wicked. Remember them getting a spell suspended. That's all Cornell. That's their side of thing. But the story I told you, remember she told that to the police. They go to the district attorney of the area, Van Hewton. They give him a six page document, not the full account of what happened, her full interview and all that.
Starting point is 02:23:57 They basically condense it to six pages. They had her sign that six pages like, hey, is this accurate? She changed a couple things. She's like, yeah, yeah. And then she signed six pages. They give that six page document to Van Hewton. Remember that information. Van Houten looks at the six pages and says, oh, we're definitely going to lose this trial with this account. And it's a district attorney's job to determine what trials they can win, what trials they can lose. Two years later, 2026 Van Houten's worst nightmare happens. Jane Doe opens a civil lawsuit. That's different from what Van Hughton was going to do, a criminal case. There's two types of cases in the United States. There's civil. There's like lawsuits when like, like, people get sued and then there's criminal where it's the people versus this person jail time and this is van
Starting point is 02:24:46 hewton's worst nightmare because the details of the case come out and as soon as those details come out it looks crazy right these seven dudes special k involved all that nothing happens to them so people are looking at the 2026 lawsuit and listen closely the lawsuit is going to read differently than her accounts in 2024 because she has a lawyer now for example Oh, 2020. Interesting. Chat. And this is what I would say, you know, I really speak about, you know, I wish I could
Starting point is 02:25:19 in terms of like someone suing me. But this is exactly why when, you know, the detectives looked at everything. You know, I had cameras or whatever. There was nothing there. There was nothing that said I did nothing. however this is what they feared so they put it before a grand jury okay so they feared that at some point because academics is famous at some point let's say whatever happens and it goes public they don't want to be the people who who everyone's getting on to say why didn't you do your job
Starting point is 02:26:05 and do X, Y, and Z. So their hands was tied. They were like, yo, at the end of the day, you notice that, right? Like, of course, Shorter or whoever, they're going to file civil cases out to ask because they want some money, which ironically, they're only suing me,
Starting point is 02:26:20 but not nobody. Whatever, cool, whatever. This is what money, right? You notice nobody could say nothing to the prosecutors. That was the prosecutors, the police department and detectives. You know what they're all going to say? Bro, we investigated this.
Starting point is 02:26:35 it. We looked at everything possible. We have everything. We put, it only takes, this ain't reasonable doubt. It takes half probable cause. We put it before a grand jury. There is no probable cause for academics to ever be in trial. So that's why they did that because they weren't going to do it because usually what they do in, at least where I'm from,
Starting point is 02:27:01 they do a panel vote. and it's like a panel vote among the people who work in, it's like a certain division. And the vote obviously was, we're not going to go with it, but then they got hit with the, but he's popular. So what happens if later on TMZ this comes out,
Starting point is 02:27:22 and now it could get wrapped around us saying that this guy got protected by the police? So they didn't do me no favors. So they said, all right, we got to put it in front of this thing. And also there was another case that was pending, which I'm the witnessing or I'm the victim in, which is the home invasion. So they were like, yeah, this is not going to look good. So they put in front of a grand jury. The grand jury said no.
Starting point is 02:27:47 But that's what looked like is happening here. The prosecutors said, we don't have a case. We're not going forward with they filed a trumped up like every civil case is going to be trumped up with stuff. and now when that explodes online people are like how did this not go to criminal shit now I wonder if they sent it to grand jury they should have sentenced to grand jury because the blame ain't all you
Starting point is 02:28:17 the blame is going to be on you bro we presented the case there was no fucking evidence there anyway this person jail time and this is Van Hewton's worst nightmare because the details of the case come out and as soon as those details come out It looks crazy, right?
Starting point is 02:28:34 These seven dudes, special K involved, all that, nothing happens to them? So people are looking at the 2026 lawsuit and listen closely. The lawsuit is going to read differently than... Ah, yeah, so the lawsuit is trumped up. Every lawsuit is going to be trumped up. You get what I'm saying? Every lawsuit is going to be trumped up. It just is what it is.
Starting point is 02:28:57 You know, again, I can't speak on a lot of stuff. But even the shit with me, the police investigate everything. There was never no mention of allegations of, oh, this person thought they were drugged. Read the lawsuit, there's an allegation of it. The police checked everything. The police seized everything. Like they would have found it like, oh, y'all niggas got some drugs, that yellow thorn and shit. No.
Starting point is 02:29:29 But when you, when you're a lawyer suing people, people for especially sexual assault, you always want to claim they got drugged. Always. Always. Because saying that they took alcohol or they took whatever drugs, I don't know what special case is basically admitting that you were cognizant and you took this by your own whatever. But when you say niggas drugged you, that made me look at Ditty K's different because everybody said Ditty drug them. and then we went to the trial, not one particular case that Diddy drug them?
Starting point is 02:30:06 Think about that. That's one thing I realized about sexual assault cases. Every case that filed against Diddy and it's about 80 of them, all said he drugged them. But in trial, in the criminal court, there was not one situation that said that Diddy tried to administer or gave anyone alcohol or anyone, any type of pills or any type of, I don't know, 2C or whatever without their knowledge. But what I get to find out, that's the standard when people file for sexual assault. They're always going to say they got drunk.
Starting point is 02:30:45 Oh yeah, no, no. I've drank vodka a million times. But this night, I only took two shots of vodka and I don't remember anything else. I think I got drugged. That's the day. Right? Like, wait, okay, what?
Starting point is 02:31:00 So, so anyway, um, and as soon as those details come out, it looks crazy, right? These seven dudes special K involved all that, nothing happens to them. So people are looking at the 2026 lawsuit and listen closely. The lawsuit is going to read differently than her accounts in 2024 because she has a lawyer now. For example, 2024 when she talked to the police, she said she went in to meet her friend, Matthew. she entangled with Jonathan and Matthew, she was cool with that at first. But a lawsuit's not going to read like that.
Starting point is 02:31:37 It's as simple as she walked in. She was lit. Matthew, Jonathan sought her. I said Van Hilton, why didn't you do anything about this? He said, okay. So you see the subtle difference right there, right? So when she talked to the police, she claimed she was okay with two people she had sex with. But once you come to the criminal case, not a criminal, so there's no criminal case.
Starting point is 02:31:59 Or it wasn't at the time. Now when it comes to the civil case, you're not going to get no money by saying, well, I let him fuck me, but like those other people I didn't let fuck me. It's going to, for a jury, it's going to sound a little bit too, like, whatever. So you kind of got to claim everybody fucked you
Starting point is 02:32:20 without your consent. And that's where she landed on for a civil situation. And now that's putting into jeopardy where she told the cops before, oh, I did fuck this person willingly. Okay, that makes sense. No, y'all, that's not, that's not, it looked different. That's not what she told me in 2024. But that's not a good excuse because even though the story isn't as simple as seven dudes
Starting point is 02:32:46 walked in a room and sod her, there's the issue of consent. There's so much of this special K involved. She's losing the ability. Bro, what special K? consent but stuff is still going on this is why Cornell determined that Matthew and Jonathan side her they said okay they knew what she was like how lit she was she's looting ability consent they should have had some wherewithal there the district attorney looks at that and says it's all good so the governor said I bet the governor of New York Kathy
Starting point is 02:33:23 Holtzell looked at the district attorney she said come here let me talk to you real quick Wait, Cornell was in New York? I'm dumb. Oh, shit, that is in New York. I know it's one of the elite colleges. What are they called? Cornell, Harvard, Cornell, Harvard,
Starting point is 02:33:51 Princeton, Princeton. They're all, what's called again? Yeah, oh, I believe. My bad. my bed, my baby, yeah, yeah, there I believe. Okay, cool. So, yeah, so, damn, oh, it's in New York. I forgot that corner that was in New York.
Starting point is 02:34:07 I know Princeton's in Jersey. Harvard, I think Harvard's in, is Harvard near Boston? Where the fuck is Harvard? Harvard University. Oh, it's in Massachusetts. Cambridge. Cambridge. Okay, wow. Hmm, interesting.
Starting point is 02:34:28 Okay. So they're saying this got to the governor. Oh my God. This is crazy. They should have had some wherewithal there. The district attorney looks at that and says, it's all good. So the governor said, I bet. The governor of New York, Kathy Holtz, looked at the district attorney. She said, come here.
Starting point is 02:34:46 Let me talk to you real quick. He said, me. She said, so you're telling me that 2024 police interview that she gave, you couldn't do anything about that? He said, no, I got a six-page document. They didn't give me the full report. if they had given me the full report instead of that six pages, I might have been
Starting point is 02:35:04 able to do something about it. And that's pretty much Van Heuton's excuse. He's saying the Cornell police only gave him, remember that six page document. He's saying from what he... Okay, is this Van Hewton niggins still a prosecutor? Is he still a prosecutor?
Starting point is 02:35:25 Seven. Like, why would even... Oh, right here. Oh, yeah. Chat. Exactly. he declined to present a grand jury from the 2024 shit chat this is why I keep saying you know again I wish I could talk about like what they accuse me with shit whatever
Starting point is 02:35:52 bro because they say I was popular nigger they presented that bitch to the grand jury nigga they said even though they had an internal vote they said we do not think this is not a case but they said fuck it we're not even going to try Like because later on if this becomes big because of TMZ Whoever the the prosecutor is within my region They don't want to get their ass French fried
Starting point is 02:36:20 So the only people to blame is a jury Which I think I think grand jury is 24 or 23 people You got to blame the grand jury It's a bunch of people who The vote to indict The vote to indict is not a vote of reasonable doubt. The vote is probable cause.
Starting point is 02:36:43 So basically, you know what they say? You could indict anybody. If they thought anything was there, they're going to say, we'll take it to trial then. You get what I'm saying? So that's how I know in my area, they wash their hands of it.
Starting point is 02:36:56 They're like, yo, nobody going to come down on us. The prosecutor's office, they're like, we're good. The detective's office, they're good. This is on 12 strangers. No, no, 23 strangers, right? And yeah. So I ain't going to lie.
Starting point is 02:37:15 They fucked up here. They should have presented to a grand jury. But here's the thing, though. They probably didn't think he was going to get this big. Nobody's a celebrity. He's a bunch of college kids. And you've got to imagine if you work as a district attorney, not an attorney,
Starting point is 02:37:33 a district attorney for a college city that's where, within your county, bro, respectfully, you probably get a lot of accusations of drunken sex, sexual assault, and you're probably not bringing everything to a grand jury, right? Especially when you're kind of working alongside a college, the college is going to be like, hey, listen, we're not the law, we take our own procedures.
Starting point is 02:38:01 Hey, we're going to suspend that guy, that guy's expelled. That guy can't come back to campus. and a lot of times those district attorneys, when they're working with the college, they're going to be like, well, yeah, we don't know if this would be a good case anyway. Since you already took some action as the school, we don't need to keep going forward with anything that could be possibly legal
Starting point is 02:38:23 or possibly criminal. Also, it's a college. All these people, there's a lot of fucking going on, right? We can't have the precedence of take every accusation to a grand jury because there's probably an accusation. every weekend. It's college, right? So they declined. And also, I don't know what shy is or chai fi, but you never know who, where those tentacles reach out to where somebody could have really got involved with the college or even the county to say, hey, listen,
Starting point is 02:39:00 so-and-so is my nephew, so-and-so is my grandson. He has a promising career ahead of him. He cannot get charged with some crazy shit, do not even bring that to a grand jury. Kill that shit here. Okay? Shorty's not going too crazy on it. Yeah, she met with the cops once, but she's not going too crazy on it. Do not do anything else. You never know.
Starting point is 02:39:22 So it looked like, yeah, that's going to be the big thing. The district attorney did not present it to a grand jury. Hmm. Wow. And it says this attorney received a six-page summary of a 120-page police transcript. Oh, wow. Interesting. Hmm.
Starting point is 02:39:51 He read from those six pages. That's why he was like, oh, there's not much I can do. But he's like, if I got the full, if I got the full police interview, that they should just gave me that. The governor in New York said, okay, how about this, Van Hewden? How about you go over there, sit down and shut up in that corner since you can't do your job. and I appoint a special prosecutor to do it. He said, man, you're not going to talk to me any type of where.
Starting point is 02:40:10 I'm still from New York, son. Now, here's the issue. Okay, so is that the New York governor? New York governor. So the New York governor now is Kathy Huckle? She's Democrat. Obviously, you got to remember, we have Mondami, who's the mayor of New York City.
Starting point is 02:40:32 You have a Democratic governor of the state. it's a lot of liberal shit going on which when you think about some liberal shit yet these are issues they're like what oh we can't drop the ball on so she put a special prosecutor I wonder who that is special prosecutor
Starting point is 02:40:51 Cornell 7 let me see defense lawyer calls for for the special prosecutor to be removed and the special Is this a special project?
Starting point is 02:41:14 No, no, this is Letitia James. Who is the special prosecutor? That's a New York Attorney General. Where is the special prosecutor? Give me a second. Oh, wait. Letitia James is the special prosecutor? Wait.
Starting point is 02:41:39 No, no, no, no. There's an independent review that's being done by Cornell. They're hiring Sally Yates, a former deputy attorney general. but what is oh letitia james got oh yeah Trump hates her guts Trump hates her guts
Starting point is 02:42:06 these are the type of cases you know where she kind of makes her bones also remember it's a bunch of white dudes she's black you know not saying that matters that much but I thought you shut up he said all right so now
Starting point is 02:42:23 Leticia James is assigned to the case and they're going to see if they can bring criminal proceedings towards that Cornell 7. Now, people also didn't really like how Cornell. Now, this is going to be a big problem, chat. It's going to be a big problem. So they're going to grand jury it, but they're going to grand jury it with a lot of new information, a lot of more information. And, you know, the only thing is that for the lawyers of the seven dudes,
Starting point is 02:42:52 because it's going to go to grand jury and there's a special prosecutor, their job is going to be, and by the way, this probably is happening already because I've seen some stuff, expose as much info that is favorable to the guys as you can because what happens is, remember,
Starting point is 02:43:13 in a grand jury, which is different from a preliminary hearing, a preliminary hearing, a judge actually decides if this goes to trial. In a grand jury, a jury or if your peers hears a possible charge and they vote if there's enough to go to trial. Okay. So, and the benefit of a preliminary hearing is that you're allowed to be in court and defend yourself and kind of like, oh, look, look at these texts as opposed to in a grand jury. it's only the prosecutor there
Starting point is 02:43:51 with the grand jury and they could call witnesses or do investigations. Now the university was moving with their expulsions and their suspensions. People thought... And by the way, here's the thing too that that's going to be fucked up.
Starting point is 02:44:07 So for colleges like Cornell, remember, there's prestigious universities, their Ivy League. For Cornell, it is in their benefit to not have the scandal be dragged across, you know, district attorneys and, like, you know, you have the, you have, you have the governor talking about it. Cornell would like to say, hey, listen, remember, you know, there's campus police.
Starting point is 02:44:34 Yeah, you want to college? Like, there's campus police. Campus police only police is campus. If there's an actual criminal thing, they got to consult the county that they're in. and then usually the municipality that's outside of that college. So I think what's Cornell, places like that that's prestigious, they like to tell the cops, hey, you guys don't have to go too far with it because we have done sanctions or we have punitive actions here
Starting point is 02:45:05 that could kind of match up to the law except it won't ruin these kids' life forever. Think about it. If you're in a college fight, okay, it's a party. there's a college fight. There's a possibility you go to jail, but they're not going to pick up charges on that because they know the college will issue a sanction. You get what I'm saying?
Starting point is 02:45:26 They understand that these kids are at college, and if they have a record coming out of college, it's like really, it's derivative of what they want to get to. So the police work with the college to say, if you guys punish them, we don't have to bring them to court. You get what I'm saying? But here's the problem.
Starting point is 02:45:50 This is, they're now saying whatever Cornell's punishment was, was probably a, you know, pat on the back or like some lightweight shit when this should have went to a grand jury and this should have went to the county as a criminal matter.
Starting point is 02:46:08 So that's why Cornell is like, fluster like, damn, we look crazy because we took this issue too lightly. They were too lenient on most of the group. Cornel said, no, no, no, no, we did good. And to prove it, we hired this deputy attorney general Yates to. So they hired somebody who's in the criminal or a former person who was in a criminal life or it was a former attorney general or something like that. And they hired to do an independent review.
Starting point is 02:46:41 Check our investigation and see if we did a good job. People say, boo, Cornell, boo! And I said, damn. So now we're pretty much waiting to see what happens with the lawsuit. By the way, Jane Doe is not just suing these seven individuals. She's also suing the bar she went to for serving her drinks. She's also suing their fraternity. By the way, and I will say this, I know there's a lot more to this Cornell seven story that we could talk about.
Starting point is 02:47:11 But everybody's fucked because of this woman. So that bar who served her alcohol, they're fucked. And they're fucked in the sense of you served. So you gave a minor or wristband and somehow she's still agreeing that she got alcohol at your bar. You're done. You'll never be on a college campus ever again. Liquor license revoked permanently. You're out of business.
Starting point is 02:47:37 It's done. If you know how college, you know, bars work, it is very serious when it comes to serving underage kids because you're operating in an environment where college goes from them near 17 or 18 all the way to like 21 to 23. You serve underage kids there. You're done. So she sued the bar. That bar is done. Okay. The way Cornell shut down their fraternity, she's also suing her.
Starting point is 02:48:05 Oh, the fraternity. The fraternity got sued Completely done Y'all had a gang bang Across a fraternity It's over. It's done Shut down. That chapter of least Sorority and she should
Starting point is 02:48:22 And by the way, the national chapter of Chai Fire, whatever is going to be like, hey listen You're suspended for Fucking six years and You know, we're going to Do not claim us. We're going to denounce you and we're going to like punish you in whatever way we can. But yeah, they're not going to be supporting these guys.
Starting point is 02:48:42 Doing Cornell as a whole. That being said, a judge is probably going to look at this and throw the bar out of there because there's something in the law that basically says if you are an active player in what happened, then you can't really sue somebody. So they're saying, okay, you went to the bar. They shouldn't have gave you drinks, but you ordered the drinks. They're probably going to throw the bar out of it. No, the bar is getting there.
Starting point is 02:49:04 Facts. The bar is losing a liquor. Let me say this. Bars letting in underage people, but giving a risk ban, is taking a significant risk. What's the point of you giving a risk ban if you still serve them alcohol? The bar is getting it. 100%. First of all, even if they don't have to pay up civil, on some civil shit, which I think they will,
Starting point is 02:49:33 they're losing their license. You're not keeping a license. Ain't no way. You let a underage person come in, and what I mean, underage, 20, instead of 21. 21 is the age of legal drinking in America. You gave them a wristband, then you served them liquor, and then the end result is them claiming they got essayed
Starting point is 02:49:58 at some college fright. It's over. Sorority is probably going to get thrown out of the lawsuit because, again, there is like a burden of what you can control versus like the organizations that are supposed to protect you what they can control. So a judge is probably going to look at the sorority and be like, okay, did this could sorority actively think that she was going to go in there and that was going to happen? Probably not.
Starting point is 02:50:21 We're going to throw that out. That's a maybe, but I would just assume. This guy's tripping. The sorority is going to be held accountable. In terms of, you know, I'm pretty sure they're all going to settle. This is a fucked up. situation, but here's the point that she's going to always have. Hey, listen, I went to your fraternity house. I trusted in chai, five, whatever that's called. I trusted in you guys of having a good
Starting point is 02:50:51 reputation that I would be safe. You guys are hosted on the campus of whatever school, Cornell University. You guys get loans and grants from Cornell University to stay there. And you guys get to use part of their, you know, their recreation budget as a frat that's recognized by them. That means you are, you have to uphold some type of standard of trying to protect people and be reasonable. So, yeah, no, they're cooked. The frat's cooked. The frat's cooked there.
Starting point is 02:51:29 That the judge is going to throw out the bar, the sorority. She might win a settlement against their fraternity as a whole. She might win a settlement against Cornell as a whole. And she might win a settlement against each individual person, some of them, but not all of them. Like the two Scots, they might have a better chance of not. She's not winning over settlement versus the guys. Here's the thing. These guys are in college, even if they got wealthy family, the wealthy family could separate themselves from these guys.
Starting point is 02:51:57 Let me tell you this. When people sue, trust me, I know. They only look for the people with money. Cornell got money. The frat got money. The bar got money. These niggas respectfully, I know they're white, I know they're non-black, but they're broke. The families of them would rather just excommunicate them.
Starting point is 02:52:18 They don't even have a credit score at this point probably. You let them take on a debt and just file bankruptcy or something like that. Their family's not going to pay it. You get what I'm saying? So what's going to happen is that you don't look for money from these kids. You look for money from the school. You look for money from the bar. you look for money from the fraternity, the national chapter,
Starting point is 02:52:42 and that's how you get your money. You're not getting money from them. Trust. Not getting sued than let's say Matthew and Jonathan. Because Jonathan and Matthew were more active participants in this, if that makes sense. So they're called the Cornell 7. But like, again, let me tell this.
Starting point is 02:53:02 Lawsuits don't work when niggas is broke. Chat, if I was broke, I would never get a lawsuit a day of my life. People don't sue broke. That's a waste of time. Remember, suing is the alternative because you can't send somebody to jail. Really, they... So you're going to look for the people with money. All have individual rules in what happened to Jane Doe, and they're going to be sued in the lawsuit accordingly.
Starting point is 02:53:30 And if a criminal case does come out of this, then they would be, you know, arrested, not arrested accordingly. Okay, so it looks like it's still in limbo because there's a now a special... prosecutor. Let me go to law and crime. I'm not going to play all 36 minutes, but let me so remember I told you, he's about to go to a grand jury. So what I think is happening is that
Starting point is 02:53:54 you have through TMZ through other blogs or whatever, you have the lawyers of these guys releasing text messages and things of the sort to say, hey listen, yo, the four grand jury, like the size if this is a case, Look at these things. Remember, they're not allowed in grand jury proceedings.
Starting point is 02:54:18 New James of evidence that's come out is that beginning at around 142 a.m. on October 20th, there was an alleged conversation in the Kai Phi chapter Snapchat group that was shared with nearly 60 Frat brothers and referenced a woman upstairs in the house being free, seemingly for sexual activity. And there was another alleged message saying, like, you can walk in and whip it out, RN. ABC News also reported that a Kai Fry brother who's accused of inviting Jane Doe over the that night apparently sent a photo to this group chat that appears to show this woman in the bedroom. So I want to get into the conversations here. One of the Kai-Fi members who has been identified as Jonathan seemingly ends up texting Jane Doe two days later, October 21st. Now,
Starting point is 02:54:58 I'm going to read you this message. Now, these messages have came out. So there's some supporting messages that say that this woman was cool with this encounter, even after she allegedly sobered up. And, you know, maybe some social pressure or campus clowning made her feel like she had to say something to the cops. And the cops knew that. And that's one of the reasons no charges was filed. A message in its entirety. And this is from TMZ. They reportedly obtained copies of these apparent leak messages. Quote. These leaked messages are coming from the defendant's lawyers, because you know why? They need to put it out abundantly that this girl, because remember, the prosecutor is not going to present this. The prosecutor doesn't have to present this. So that's why
Starting point is 02:55:53 they're putting all this out because you're hoping no charges get filed. Hey, Redacted, this is Jonathan. Redacted gave me your number. I just wanted to apologize for how things went down the other night. My memory's kind of fuzzy about a lot of it, but me and Matt both feel like bleep for being too bleeped up to shut it down and kick people out before it got way out of hand. You're an amazing person and I genuinely hope you're not catching as much heat from this as we are. We've been shutting down any stories we've heard, but again, I'm so, so sorry. And you might have heard a little bit about this, but this is now more of the fuller message. So now this appears to be Jane Do's response. Quote, oh, Jonathan, I really appreciate this text.
Starting point is 02:56:28 My memory's super clouded too. I think we were all way too bleeping drunk and high. I'm getting a little heat. Pi-Fi girls redacted and redacted can't get my name out of their mouth. but that's to be expected. But at the end of the day, none of the sexual stuff was illegal and honestly, I really liked being with you and Matt. So anything anyone has to say about the gang bang is out of their jurisdiction.
Starting point is 02:56:47 I don't think we should. To me, that's grand opening, grand closing. She doesn't clear it. So it was a hazy night. She's a little bit lit off the special cave, maybe alcohol, whatever. They're lit to, remember, one of the guys fall asleep, right?
Starting point is 02:57:06 all that is in play, right? All that is in play. But one of the dudes texts her the day after, and she literally says, all of the sexual stuff, it says, at the end of the day, none of the sexual stuff was illegal. Grand opening, grand closing for me.
Starting point is 02:57:33 So now, you know, it's important in sexual assault cases, at least how I view it, for people not to be issuing consent later on depending on how they feel, maybe they're treated, maybe if, you know, they're so cool with the people or if they got whatever they thought they were going to get. Oh, you ain't buy me this. Oh, nah, it was that. So this message right here, she's not saying that anything was wrong. I don't think we should feel any shame for the part.
Starting point is 02:58:12 Our body, our choice. Our body, our choice. Should feel any shame for the part. Our body, our choice, ASF goes on. Also, yes, while it may have been nice for like only four people to have been around, you all were both super out of it, and they should have taken it on themselves to leave. At the end of the day, you, Matt and I were in your bed, and they didn't need to get up in that. But if you have any regrets or anything you want to talk about, I am always here to talk about it because that was a lot.
Starting point is 02:58:41 I really do love you and Matt, and I promise I won't get quiet and weird with you like I did last time. And to be clear, we don't know what that's in reference to. But then there's this. Jane Doe appears to write, quote, P.S. I'm not sure if you remember, but I did Ket, so seemingly ketamine, off your... Oh, your chat, how do you do ketamine? Is that some snoring shit? It sounds like she's saying she did some ketamine or is she licking.
Starting point is 02:59:12 How do you? It's like Fenty. I don't know what Fenty is. Oh, you snorted it? Okay, so she snorted ketamine off of dick at some point. And I honestly think that was the most insane jaw-dropping moment of the night. Wow. Blit at some point.
Starting point is 02:59:34 And I honestly think that was one of the most insane jaw-dropping moments of the night. Now, this text is seemingly referencing a male body part, put two and two together. There was another exchange where he appears to write, and this is seemingly in response to that. Quote, I'm just glad you're okay. I was kind of upset with all the stories going around earlier, but at the end of the day, that's all they are. And I have no memory of that last part with a crying face emoji. She reportedly responds, oh, Jesus, not the stories I don't even think I want to know.
Starting point is 03:00:03 I know I'm socially a massive slut right now, and I can't bear to hear it because I'm really not. And then she adds insane, truly. So maybe that's in reference to the, you know, the ketamine text from before. So yes, this is some new messages that we didn't know, you know, the full conversation. And then I go to a few weeks later, November 3rd, where she appears to write him, let's be clear, that 90% of what happened that night was not consensual. I was given more key, maybe ketamine. Whoa. So, look, look at the time here, chat. This is November. Let's go back. So October 21st October 21st
Starting point is 03:00:40 She's She's popping it And she's saying Right She's saying I want to get this clear She says So anything anyone
Starting point is 03:00:57 I got to say About the gang bang Is out of the jurisdiction I don't think we should feel any shame Our body or our choice This is when she was saying It was not illegal So October 21st
Starting point is 03:01:07 So look Not illegal right here. She said this October 21st. Okay, chat? So now, after she said that, October 21st passes, then we're at November 3rd. So now we're at about,
Starting point is 03:01:26 it looks like about a full week. Then she says, let's be clear, 90% of what happened that night was not consensual. I was given more special K than I can remember. and I know that I told you I felt uncomfortable. I didn't know anyone in the room. All I remember is that you was giving me Ket to do off your dick in front of everyone like a sex doll and a worker.
Starting point is 03:01:59 So she remembers it different now. Okay. Remember after that was you giving me Ket to do off your bleep in front of everyone like a sex doll worker? And he reportedly responds, had I been less bleeped up and even somewhat aware of the situation and how out of hand it got, I would have shut it down the second guy started walking in the room. All right, real quick, I got to say something.
Starting point is 03:02:19 The fluing cold season is like runs and here's the text. He writes back in part. Slash sidebar. New Jane Doe text have been revealed in the alleged cowboy colostrum.com slash by that night, the person referenced, again, as Matt in the reported text between Doe and Jonathan Newell, again, has been identified in the media. October 23rd. So this is four days after.
Starting point is 03:02:39 after the alleged assault. Doe appears to text Matt, quote, bro, everyone knows, and then it seems to be a peace emoji. I'm incredibly stressed out. Some random bleep told some of my friends, I don't even know, though. That is how TF she knows me. And Ingle's appears to reply in part, dude, I have no bleep an idea. This bleep is incredibly frustrating. And now I know how fast nonsense spreads at this school. Doe appears to write back. I will also say, this is bleeping, ruining my life temporarily. My reputation is destroyed. And I'm utterly. ashamed, writes back in part. Now, Ingalls replies back in part, stupid bleeps like to yap, and the fact that they're doing it shows that they're jealous of you for any number of reasons.
Starting point is 03:03:18 But then, as TMZ reports, this is when things arguably appear to take a turn. So I mentioned, again, the non-consensual text. But there were later messages that show that Doe appears to accuse Jonathan of spreading rumors. And this is where Matt, Mr. Engels, appears to shut it down. So Jane Doe appears to write, Matt. Jonathan Deft told people, I heard something today, He was at Pi-Fi two nights ago, too. Now, Matt appears to respond. He didn't talk about it at Pi-Fi for sure. They wouldn't bring that up in front of him when his story has been, it's not true the whole time.
Starting point is 03:03:50 I'll ask him, though, it was definitely one of the upperclassmen in the room who told someone else and it spread. That one isn't believable, though. Who told you this? If we can narrow down the girl, we can narrow down suspects. I know it wasn't Jonathan. Trust me, he would never. Now, she appears to respond at one point. She wouldn't tell me who she heard it from because it's one of her friends, so I'm dropping it.
Starting point is 03:04:09 I give up. I'm defeated. Matt replies, I'm so sorry, redacted. I know this sucks a lot, but I think hopefully very soon these idiots will move on and it'll be done with. And there were more text messages that TMC claims they obtained reportedly revealing Doe saying she was uninvited to the fraternity's Halloween party, that the quote, the woman will always get the short end of the stick. You all aren't my friends. You're all covering up your bleeps. Now Matthew Ingalls appears to text Jane Doe, quote, my ex told me that I'm being labeled as an assaulter in the public eye. I was going to ask if you may have said something along those lines to someone, but I know you wouldn't. Jane Doe reportedly replying back, people are changing the narrative because like in any sexual
Starting point is 03:04:43 scenario with one woman and many men, the woman was probably a victim. And adding, I know there are rumors I was gang banged. Now later on, so Friday, November 8th, this is again after the non-consensual text, Matt, Mr. Ingalls reportedly texted Jane Doe asking her if she can talk. But Jane Doe replies, I think I'm done talking to you. I know you lied. Ingalls replies, what can you call? Jane Doe seemingly responds. No, never again. And look, we know what happened. We know that Jane Doe went to the school, went to authorities with her claims. November 14th, 15th, that's a critical time period because this is when Jane... Okay, so it happens like October 20th, 21st.
Starting point is 03:05:21 She's laughing with them. Oh, yeah, nah, this shit is lit. Oh, bitch is hating. Come November like third, fourth, she's saying, I ain't going to cap with y'all, man. I wasn't with none of that shit. Come another 10 days after that, she's saying, says, man, I'm talking to the cops. Hmm. Interesting.
Starting point is 03:05:48 Jane Doe reportedly sits for a police interview. Actually, she's interviewed by a Cornell University police investigator, a Title IX investigator, a victim advocate and advisor, according to CBS's review of a transcript of that interview. Jane Doe reportedly said, I can say with 100% confidence, I was raped that while she was okay with her initial sexual encounter, she added, yeah, as much as I can be, because, again, I was super drunk when I got there, but I was pretty okay with all of this, but then she acknowledged how she was, quote, completely and totally incapacitated, that she felt coerced, that she had to give in when multiple men forcibly had sex with her. And while she couldn't remember certain details,
Starting point is 03:06:20 she did remember this, quote, I was being hit at the same time, physically hit very, very hard. And in this six-page sworn statement seemingly prepared from the substance of this interview, Jane Doe reportedly says, quote, I had become extremely uncomfortable with how this night was turning out. So my thought was, if I do ketamine, again, maybe I will pass out. My thought was that if I passed out and these men have sex with me, then they could have been charged with rape at this point. Now I want to tell you something new. I want to tell you what she reportedly told a Cornell hearing panel during a Title IX investigation that was seven months after the alleged incident. So we go to May 29, 2025. This was her testifying or providing a statement via a
Starting point is 03:06:56 teleconference. This is according to ABC News is reporting. She said, quote, I was prostituted and I was held up like bait for a gaggle of men and I didn't even know what was happening. She also said that she was, quote, halfway through the process of understanding what happened, adding, I remember being coerced into using ketamine. I remember several respondents running a train on me many different times. And I remember a dark room with shadows of men in and out constantly. And I remember feeling like there was a joke and I was not in on it. And she also referenced gaps in her recollection, quote, I will never know everything that happened to me and I know I've said that a lot. And then you couple that with one of her friends saying that she felt Jane Doe was in shock at the
Starting point is 03:07:34 beginning. This is something her attorney, Thomas Jufra, has acknowledged the concept of still trying to process what happened to her in the early days. Now, a potential counter argument that you may see if this advances to a trial, whether a civil trial, whether or not this is a prosecution, is that all of this is not true, that she's making it up, that this would be a way to reverse the stories, the narrative, the rumors out there that have been floating around circulating about what had happened to her, that she didn't want to be shamed. So she created the narrative that she was a victim. To be clear, this is just a potential legal defense you may hear, okay?
Starting point is 03:08:07 The reason I say that is because the men that she accused of assaulting her provided a radically different account to this Cornell panel. One of the men said, quote, the truth is that Jane may have regrets about that night, as do I, but those regrets do not amount to sexual assault or sexual exploitation. Some of the men who claim that they only walked into the room but didn't engage in any sex acts with her or they didn't do any drugs, they feel that they're being unfairly targeted. One frat member saying, I was in the room where it happened that night, but not when it happened. There was another frat brother who said, the complainant's words and actions demonstrated affirmative consent to each action we engaged in.
Starting point is 03:08:43 What is highly possible here is that the complainant initiated this investigation due to the public reception of the event and rumors that arise after the issuance of the crime alert. Goes back to what I said before. Some of the brothers who, again, feel that they're unfairly being dragged into this who didn't allegedly participate in anything. You had one brother who said, quote, it is clear Jane Doe was upset and felt wronged. and some or even all of her frustration may be valid, but instead of being from facts and truths, statements show both a desire and need to hold all members accountable regardless of their specific actions. Now, what do we know ended up happening? Well, ultimately, two students were expelled. Two were suspended for at least two semesters. One had already graduated, so there was no punishment there
Starting point is 03:09:18 or disciplinary action, and two were found not responsible for alleged sexual misconduct. The police records indicate that police apparently spoke to several witnesses, received tips, but that not all of that information was sent to the local prosecutor, Tompkins County District Attorney Matthew Van Halton, and he determined that the allegations didn't support criminal charges, although he has come out and said he didn't get the full information, like he never saw Jane Doe's interview transcript. We know that New York Governor Kathy Hokel has appointed Letitia James, the Attorney General, a special prosecutor here.
Starting point is 03:09:47 To be clear, none of the men at the time of this recording have been arrested or charged with a crime. They are innocent unless proven guilty, but again, they haven't been charged. In fact, Jane Doe's attorney, Mr. Jouffer, who I mentioned before, he recently said that his client was misled about the status of a criminal investigation back in the day. According to PBS, the district attorney chose not to go forward with the case days after Jane Doe gave her account to police. So Mr. Jouffer said, quote, I think she was misled.
Starting point is 03:10:13 She was told it was still, they weren't going to prosecute, but they were still investigating. I was involved with this case early on. I thought they were still investigating. It was news to me that they weren't doing anything. But nothing was being done, and we didn't know that. Now, before I break down and analyze the importance, the context of these textmen, messages, which we started with, there is a lot in this case. There's actually so much more in this case, including if you want to read the documents for yourself. So sometimes here on sidebar, when we
Starting point is 03:10:37 cover these big cases, we're kind of limited in how much we can show you. But that is why we have developed what she was talking about it. It seems to say in some of the text messages that at one point, she felt as if the sexual contact was consensual and that she even seemed to have some degree of care for the person, you know, that was the main person that she, you know, was corresponding. with and that maybe they had some type of romantic interest or some type of relationship. And so the thing that the text does for me, as somebody who's seen it from both sides, is that it really causes confusion because what had appeared to be, you know, a very crystal clear case from, you know, for the last several weeks, any of the texts that are in here in both ways to, you know,
Starting point is 03:11:20 support the position of the survivor Jane, though, or to, you know, support the position of the people who have been accused of sexual wrongdoing. And to be clear, to put that into context, ABC report, that one day after the campus issued an alert about a possible rape. Sat, there's a lot to break down here. I'm going to be honest to you. The next step I would go in is, I feel like these boys shouldn't be charged, but there's a lot of public pressure.
Starting point is 03:11:48 And it's public, remember, a lot of people work in government jobs. They're trying to pass the buck along that people can't say they did nothing, right? So here's the thing for men, a rape charge is actually almost like it's a career ender. It might be a life alterer. So how do you deal with that? What I believe is happening here is this special prosecutor is going to present something to the grand jury. But before that happens, I don't know these kids, but they go.
Starting point is 03:12:33 to Cornell. And if they got some powerful family, that powerful family's working right now. They're working right goddamn now. Hey, make sure this happens. This doesn't happen. Trust me, they're working right now. But Kyfire, sexual assault at Kai Phi, police received this tip from an unknown caller claiming that the fraternity had asked a witness to stay quiet because, quote, the reputation of all involved in the frat would be ruined. And that apparently, there was another witness who said, quote, Kaii held a meeting essentially to get all the men on the same page about what happened. I know for a fact, there are group messages about the situation.
Starting point is 03:13:14 We don't know if that's true, but that would go into that narrative. Let's all get on the same page. Let's coordinate this. Let's reach out to her. I mean, again, I'm not saying that's what happened, but that would potentially support that narrative. The other way of thinking about it, too, and I just have to be blunt here, is, you know, when you look at these messages, they are going, the argument would be, and I'm so happy to have you on to talk about this,
Starting point is 03:13:37 And this is something her attorney has said and one of her friends. You have to look at everything she said in a certain context. Yes, you could look like she was on board with everything. And like we said, she changed because she wanted to just, you know, because of her. We're going to see, man. We will see. Can't lie. Let's look at real quick.
Starting point is 03:13:57 Should I do that topic? Let's give me a second. I got my topics. It's been a long time since we really got into the mix, man. I'm sorry Which I gotta blame Like niggas like Ty Lille And meek Mill or some shit like that
Starting point is 03:14:15 Because they have definitely got me off my pivot They have got me off my pivot Excuse me a second I'm trying to make sure I got Ooh I kind of wanna I've done it I've done like two music industry
Starting point is 03:14:58 Intense topics Oh Oh No no I gotta do this real quick Uh, chat For all your clowns Give me a second Actually

Starting point is 03:17:20 No Give me one second Chat My ben I apologize For y'all I apologize I apologize I apologize
Starting point is 03:18:00 Two seconds I'm trying to set this topic up But With the proper info I should have pulled this before So that's my It's my fault Is it this?
Starting point is 03:21:05 This might be it Might just be a little bit old Give me a second chat I know Oh actually I got it Okay Okay Okay I got it
Starting point is 03:21:30 Okay I got it I got it I have some really smart people who follow me They send me things from time to time And when they send me things from time I actually look at it. I'm like, oh shit. That's actually true.
Starting point is 03:21:47 Okay. So this is for like all the idiots who'd be like, yo, act, why do you talk about Kendrick so much? Act, why do you, uh, like, why aren't you happy? Because this is what they're trying to claim now with me. Why aren't you happy that Drake is like, you know,
Starting point is 03:22:06 back on top, as you say? And I've told you all, like, there's a problem with, the music industry. I've told y'all, I said, I'm in hip hop and I'm telling, I'm encouraging, you see me encouraging. The middle guys, the guys, not the top or the bottom. I'm like, hey, listen, you guys need to put music out, dissent. When I say that, and I, you know, talk about whether it's, you know, Kendrick, maybe
Starting point is 03:22:36 stimulating the West Coast, maybe Atlanta popping back off, New York need to pop back off. A lot of people feel like I'm still talking about Kendrick and drink. And I think the only way to fully bring that to full circle is to explain something to you that it's a little bit, it's a little bit music business wise, but like, I think you guys are smart enough. You guys will get it. So let me bring this up. And for everything I've been preaching, for anybody who thought, oh, nah, he just missed Kendrick this and third. I just want to pull this one article up okay okay this is a problem that's been happening since 2024 okay I want to just explain to you what some of these charts mean okay so this is an article it's on music business uh music
Starting point is 03:23:40 business worldwide dot com very reputable site not on some charlemagne shit you can go on here they're not AI written this is a a website for industry people by industry writers okay no Charlemagne shit, no AI, no propaganda, no rock nation. But I want to help you explain, I want to explain to you why I keep having these rants that you guys say, well, why do you keep talking about, if Drake's your favorite, why do you keep talking about other things? I'm going to explain it to you with this chart. And thank you for the person who sent this to me. So remember I've been telling you about these labels and it's been happening for two years.
Starting point is 03:24:22 By the way, this article I'm posting or I'm using, it's not this year. It's over a year old. The reason why I'm using this article is that this chart here is very concerning. And I want to explain what this chart is and I want to explain how it matches in everything I've been saying. Remember I've been saying, okay, one man, Drake, he can't carry hip-hop. We need everybody to be having some type of motion. Kendrick, he's being lazy because he's not tapping in. He's not like helping everybody on the coast.
Starting point is 03:24:58 Atlanta looks a little weak right now. We got New York that looks weak. The hip hop is not only thriving because one guy or maybe the top two or three guys put out a record. It's about a lot more work. So let me explain to you what that means. So in hip-hop, and this is the music business, this is how they look at hip-hop and look at hip-hop and look at every genre period. I want you to look at this chart.
Starting point is 03:25:26 It says annual wholesale U.S. revenue music publishing versus recorded music. Okay. So we have publishing versus the records. Okay. Now, what I'm trying to show you is that essentially, um, after 2017, but especially,
Starting point is 03:25:51 with 2020 to 2021 and going forward, what's happening increasingly is that, hold on, the revenue that's coming from music publication is catching up to what current songs are making. Now, I want to explain it in layman's terms. So when you have a record out for 10 years, one dance, it makes a lot of money. It does make money in royalties,
Starting point is 03:26:27 but it makes a lot of money in publishing. Okay? When it's licensed, when it's whatever, when it's played on radio. It's what's... Publishing, I've talked about publishing versus masters, publishing versus royalties in a sense. And the point is
Starting point is 03:26:46 publishing to make it simple is about your catalog. It's about older music. When you hear royalties, you should think about what's being sold now. Now, this chart says recorded music industries. That's almost the conversation about royalties.
Starting point is 03:27:13 Okay? What's being sold now? The point what I'm trying to say, and this chart might be a little confusing, but I'm going to use this whole article to make my point. Record labels are realizing that the revenue that they're gaining on music is catching up that they're selling old shit that is equating to new shit. Do you understand what I'm saying?
Starting point is 03:27:45 So when you talk about record labels not trying to promote, but when you talk about the lack of a middle class, I said there's a lack of a middle class, whereas the guys that would normally sell 60 to 80K, they're not dropping anymore. The labels don't really care if they drop. Why don't the labels care if they drop? Because the labels these days are making the most of their money
Starting point is 03:28:09 off of publishing, off of older material. And that is fucking up the current game. This is where streaming has significantly got it wrong. Because over time, if streaming is a thing about money, you don't need to promote or you don't need to keep investing into new shit once you have the primary boatload of the old shit.
Starting point is 03:28:38 And most of the biggest artists, they're not in the first half of their career, they're in the second half. So why ever promote or try to put money behind the second half of their career where you could exploit the first? I want to point you to 2024 over here. If you look at the ratio 11 to 7.5, okay?
Starting point is 03:29:02 Now, let me start out simply. In 2017, the money made off new music, $6 billion. Money made off older music, and I'm just simplifying it here, Chad. $3 billion. They were making half the amount of money off old music as they were making off new music. Now, that's 2017. I want to compare it to 2024.
Starting point is 03:29:28 Half of 11, right? Half of 11 will be 5.5. Not 7. The point what I'm trying to tell you is that since 2024, an increase, and I can't wait to get the new chart that I can show you, people have realized that
Starting point is 03:29:46 old music is catching up in revenue to new music. and what that is done is that labels are saying well if we don't got to spend for the old music and people are still consuming it let's just live off of that as free cash as opposed to keep promoting people building stuff running campaigns and that's a huge problem um this is annual music publishing revenues since 2013 remember music publishing. Anytime you hear publishing, think about mailbox.
Starting point is 03:30:28 That's mailbox money. Oh, they put your shit in a movie. They put your shit like in a commercial. Your shit is, you know, just out there. But it's going to gain this type of revenue as it becomes older and whatever. It's not being bought by fans, but it's being licensed. It's being all these other things that has to do with the rights. Okay?
Starting point is 03:30:55 The revenue for publishing from 2013 and 2014, we're talking about an 11-year period. Okay? So we had, and I think this is a, let's just go off the number, 2206 to 7039. Okay? The point what I'm trying to make, and I hope you guys understand,
Starting point is 03:31:20 is that labels, are making more off older music than they're making off newer music. And that's the thing that is stagnating music. Okay. Is this the thing? I'll give you an example. We're going to show the top hip-hop albums.
Starting point is 03:31:58 Okay? The top hip-hop albums this week. Habiti actually did 70. Give me a second. Give me one second. Okay. All right. Here we are.
Starting point is 03:32:49 This is from last month, but you get the point. So when Drake charts Iceman as the number one most popular hip-hop album, Take Care becomes the fourth most popular hip-hop album. Views becomes the fifth most popular hip-hop album. And then we get Scorpion. as the 10th most popular hip-hop album. I want you to do the math. And remember that while Drake debuted this project,
Starting point is 03:33:26 damn near three months, okay? Say May, June, July, August, September. Actually, four months. When Iceman was the number one hip-hop album, in the top 10 of hip-hop albums, so we're skipping everybody else who's not hip-hop. Drake also has Take Care an album that was released in 2011,
Starting point is 03:33:50 15 years old, views an album that was released 10 years ago, Scorpion, an album that was released eight years ago. The point what I'm trying to tell y'all is that the labels are making money hand over fist and the way they're making money hand over fist is by just collecting on the old shit.
Starting point is 03:34:22 So in reality, they don't give two fucks about the new shit that much in terms of what they're going to get paid from. Look back at this article. Publishing, which just think about that as older stuff, stuff that's been out, publishing revenue is outpacing the growth of recording music. The industry's telling us, they're down to keep selling old shit rather than investing in new
Starting point is 03:34:57 or to think about new music paying the bills. So when you ask why did the party die? When you ask the questions of we're the middle order artists were the guys who need to be in the game to push the shit forward.
Starting point is 03:35:25 You don't need to ask. Why? Why? Because the industry is telling you that at this point is placing a bet on the growth, the growth of nothing more than old music that's already out than the new music that you guys are used to. Just remember I told you all that. This industry is getting spooky, y'all. It is getting spooky. Chat, not going to lie, it's 4 o'clock. I wish I did more topics.
Starting point is 03:36:04 I can't lie. But to keep the street going, I will be make sure, I'll make sure I'll get on here tomorrow earlier. It's 4 o'clock. I know it's a holiday tomorrow. It's a holiday for you. Still workday for me, so I'll be on back tomorrow. But Ted, I'm out of here.
Starting point is 03:36:21 And I wanted to get some topics done. I kind of did. It's a few more. I still want to get done. It's all good. All right. So I love y'all. I will see y'all tomorrow.
Starting point is 03:36:32 It is 4 a.m. And somebody says you're reacting to that new Cardi leak. I'll react to it tomorrow, man. I love y'all. I'll see you out tomorrow. Please get some rest and enjoy your holiday tomorrow. All right. Peace.
Starting point is 03:36:45 Well, let's say, do you see the Don? I know, I know. If, why would I get with booking agency when they might throw me under the bus and make me look super irrefing. This is a whole...
