And, you know, she is the person who has been down there covering the Milagro and Megastalian case. She's announced that the jury is in deliberation to figure out if Milagro Cooper will be held liable for defamation. Okay. Now, the jury got the case today after lunch, and they deliberated for seemingly at least over three hours. However, they are still unable to come up with a verdict. So there isn't a verdict from the jury whether Malagro Cooper will be liable for defamation, liable for deep fake, which is like it's a new law. But it's almost like revenge porn, but it's like promoting deep fake material or whatever. And the other one is like harassment and cyberbullying.

So it's like three counts. they have rested for the day, so they're going to go into the Thanksgiving weekend, and they're going to come back on Monday and hopefully have a decision, okay? Oh, wow. We're going to get to the David stuff because it looked like he's about to be charged quite soon. So it said the jury had a few questions after the judge gave them instructions already, and he said that the questions was asked about the deep fake video, which there's a Florida statute, which actually says, which Megan's,

lawyer told him in closing it was a brand new law. The question was about where it applies because Milagro's lawyer wanted to say it's specific to Florida, but Megan's, Megan's lawyer was saying, well, if she wasn't in Florida when she did it, it still could apply in Florida. And it was saying other states have similar laws. The judge actually told the jury, just rely on the instructions I gave you, don't listen to the lawyers. Just listen to the instructions I gave you for the parameters on how you should interpret the law. The jury, the jury, also asked where was Meg when she saw the deep fake video and as a video of supposedly her being fucked like but it's a fake video and um she says she was in the back of her tour bus she didn't say what state and i think that's really operative right like if she was in florida it would kind of matter the judge told the jury just rely on your memory for the evidence and um they ate jimmy johns like the this is a jury people god gangs the family think of become a member bro um um Yeah, and the jury, they went home for the weekend.

So there was no movement. They pretty much deliberated for three hours, and that was it. Okay, so I'll play what Megan Cuniff said. Miami, where we still don't have a verdict in the Megan Thee Stallion versus Milago Graham's defamation lawsuit. The jury went home this evening. They're going to be back Monday morning at 9 a.m. Jurs got the case about 10.30 a.m.

They left about 4 p.m. They had lunch from Jimmy Johns. They asked a few questions pretty early on. They wanted to identify some specific exhibits. I didn't catch which exhibits. They also asked about this new Florida statute that one of the claims was brought under, the claim that makes it illegal to knowingly promote a sexually explicit, digitally altered depiction of someone.

And that is the deep fake video that Milagro told people to watch and promoted of Megan. They wanted to know where that law applies. And judge just ended up telling them, please rely on the instructions that I have given you. Now, based on even that question, I think Malagro might get found liable for that. Even though there's many other mitigating factors, like, for example, she didn't tweet it out directly. She told people to go look at her likes, but she likes something that linked to it. And, you know, there's other mitigating factors, like supposedly when she saw the deep fake video, there was some either blurring or altered version that didn't make it sexually explicit.

So the one she kind of alluded to wasn't sexually explicit, and the law kind of specifically says it's against sexually explicit, altered fake videos. So there's a few things that I think not only the judge had to clarify, but the jury has to interpret. And that's why, you know, they're coming back with questions. Now, I do think there's a possibility that she gets found liable for that. Right. Now, that is something, honestly, I don't really have a horse in a race with that particular thing. I think the main thing that I think most people care about is the defamation, right?

Is calling Megastalian a liar when you have seen her lie? Is that defamation? Do you have to suck up to someone because they have Rock Nation lawyers that could file lawsuits? And I think that's what the whole entire media pool, the new media pool, is trying to figure out. Let me see. Was there other videos earlier today? By the way, there was an instruction about the deleting of evidence. Apparently, Milagro deleted, like, they're calling it 20,000, like, messages or communications. And apparently the judge made a ruling about that, or not ruling, but an instruction to the jury,

saying a party to a lawsuit such a defendant has a legal duty to retain a preserved paper and electronic communications. Another document is concerned in the case. These include, among other things, all electronically stored information in one's possession, custody, or control, such as emails, text messages, and communications stored on an application on one's phone. The day before the plaintiff filed this lawsuit, her attorneys formally notified the defendant that the plaintiff was going to file, and she had these retention and preservation duties. Despite this written notice, these underlying legal duties, the defendant deleted thousands of text messages and removed WhatsApp from her phone that potentially contained messages and chats. in reaching your verdict, you should assume and infer that defendant intend to deprive the plaintiff of evidence in the deleted message in chats that at least someone to delete the messages related to the claims in this case were about the plaintiffs,

and that these deleted messages were unfavorable to the defendant. So the judge is saying, we can't recover the messages, but assume that the messages probably weren't good. Okay? Let me see. They didn't, the judge didn't read any messages about Tory, who, Tori is not, who, did not testify in this case, but the reason why he didn't testify, it wasn't part of his case at all is because when he was deposed, and they tried deposed him like three times, the third time he told him to suck his dick, and he eventually got held in contempt with a $20,000 fine, okay? So he didn't participate at all in this trial.

Okay. All right. Cool. Let me see if there's any more video. Oh, this is the jury deliberation. Like, you know, their sheet, they're going to have to fill out. It says, question one, do you find by preponderance of the evidence that Ms. Cooper defamed, Ms. Pete? Preponderance of the evidence, and I'll show you what that means.

Let me use a different tab for now. Ponderance of evidence. It's a, it says, more likely true than not. So that's all they have to prove. So it's not beyond reasonable doubt. Preponderance means, again, if you have to go in one way or the other, did they do it?

Did they not do it? Which way do you lean in? And even if it's 51% on this side, you just go this side, right? So that's what that is. Do you think that Ms. Cooper defamed her by accusing her of perjury? Okay, by the way, Rock Nation tried to set me up in a deposition. Trust me, they did. when they asked me and they said,

They agree with what the prosecutor alleges, but that's not necessarily means that a guilty verdict doesn't mean we've had I've seen many imperfect witnesses who get things wrong may maybe

not be forthcoming on the stand and they still get the favorable like verdict the verdict got nothing to do with Megas the chick's a liar like that's point blank period I don't know like you know you believe that the verdict had nothing to do with the victim's testimony

Now, lying is a part of what perjury is, but the idea of perjuring yourself, the honest on that and the totality of that depends on the district attorney, the case that they're delivering, and the question being asked and how the context is. I'm good. You ain't going to catch me on some legal snafu like that. So watch, they're trying to bring a perjury because I'm calling. her a liar. They can't tell me

me calling her liar is out of bounce. So they're trying to get me in the legal snafu. Oh, so you said she perjured herself, right? So you think she perjured herself? They're naming a crime. Lying is not a crime. Perjury is a crime. At the criminal trial? Is that a chance to form?

Like, they would want me to say she falsified a police report or that she perjured herself or she did something that's criminal. because those are things you could latch on to and put a real defamation case. You can't try to get a defamation case on someone's opinion.

so since you say she lied, you think she perjured herself? Whoa, that's a big boy decision. You got to ask the DA. I wouldn't know about that one. So it says accusing her of perjury, which is a felony by lying under oath. So that's one of the things

that's in the count of defamation. And count one. Count two, do you find by the preponderance of evidence that Ms. Cooper provides disinterested and neutral commentary rather than advocacy for a particular client or personal interest. So they're basically saying, do they think that she's working for Tory Lane's. Regardless of your question, your answer to question two. Oh, they said if your answer to question one is yes, continue to question two.

If the answer is two, go to count two. Do you see what that is? So essentially, check, I need you all to understand this. The only defamation Megastallion is claiming is that Milagro claims she committed perjury, which is a felony. They ask me my deposition if I thought that, and without no lawyer, I spanked him like that little Jamaican boy going to do every single time.

Melagro defamed Megastalian by accusing her of perjury, they could skip this entire count. So count one defamation would be essentially thrown out. Then they would go to count two, which is to create the promotion of an altered sexual depiction. So do you find by blah blah blah that she willfully and maliciously promoted this, without her consent, a visual depiction of her that she knew or reasonable knew was an altered sexual

depiction. Now, the reason why I think Milagra has a chance to beat this is that even if she did willfully and maliciously promoted this image, right? There is a possibility she didn't know

or reasonably didn't know that it was altered. AI wasn't that popular back then. Deepfake is a product of what AI is and back then deep fake was really new. So, maybe she could pass on that, right?

And if she beats this charge, it would be because she is convinced the jury that she didn't know it was fake. Right? She thought it was actually real. Okay? Let's keep it going. Count three. Intentional infliction of emotional distress. Right?

Do you find by preponderance of evidence that Ms. Cooper intentionally a recklessly engaged in extreme or outrageous conduct towards Ms. Pete? Now, this is supposedly be like, this is like bullying. But if she just came back after the fact and she's like, oh, yeah, I've had a lot of trauma from, you know, people making fun of me and I'm just going to pick one person on some needle out of the haystack shit and it's a milagro. So this whole David case, remember we went over the other night, and what happened is that David or his people, no, not his people, actually. the LAPD, I don't know what's going on with them in TMZ. Usually TMZ, I've told you, they pay for sources within the law enforcement that will leak them information to current and open investigations. That's why they always have the up. They have an exclusive source and look like they have reported some sources,

but the sources seemingly are, you know, at first I was reading it, I was like, it's kind of like conflicting. How was a body left in a car for like seemingly days or weeks in a hot car in L.A.? and when they found it was frozen. So I was like, ah, this sounds odd. And then we hear is the decapitated in this and third. Well, the LAPD came out and said TMZ's wrong. And I've never seen them do this before.

But LAPD, TMZ, they came out to correct TMZ. And they basically was like, yo, hey, listen, TMZ is wrong about all of this shit, right? And here we go. Here we go. In the death of Celeste Rivas Hernandez, TMZ now says, source inside the medical examiner's office is doubling down, claiming her body was partially frozen when it was discovered in the Tesla registered to singer David. Now, this is something LAPD publicly disputes. Harvey Levin, executive producer, founder of TMZ, joins us now live with the latest twists in this already very tense and tight-lipped investigation. Harvey, so many questions beginning with this detail about was her body partially frozen?

or not, there is discrepancy, and why does this matter? Well, I think that it's really important, actually. So we reported over the weekend that we were told the body was partially frozen when it was found. That's pretty remarkable because, remember, it was inside that car for days. And it was hot out when it was found. Remember, it was sitting in late August, early September. So it appeared that the body had been frozen somewhere and was thawing out. Now, the LAPD captain who is running this said on the LAPD side came out yesterday and said the body was not frozen.

So we- So they're actually denying what TMZ saying. And since I'm at here, this is kind of turned into like a thing about TMZ's credibility in a sense, by the credibility has always been tip-top shape. You know, they're the first people who reported that Michael Jackson died in a lot of things. So yesterday, they actually came out directly and, you know, they were kind of responded, like, directly to the LAPD who basically came out and said, y'all are lying. Y'all not telling the truth. Y'all are lying. Right?

So they came out and responded, and they responded in a video here. We have a very well-connected source connected to the... Speaker Music, thank you for that donation. The medical examiner, the LA County Medical Examiner, which currently has the body. And that source has double-tripled, quadruple insects tumbled down, actually now, saying that the body was indeed partially frozen when it was received by law enforcement. So that's kind of interesting, but the medical examiner is just telling a different story, or at least our, the sources we have, and we have sources in all camps in this, there's a conflict here. We'd heard that there have been this conflict between LAPD and the medical examiner.

There's been tension for several years. But this is kind of interesting. one of the documents at the LA County Medical Examiner's Office has an interesting statement. This has to do with trying to fingerprint Celeste's body. It says the decedent... Okay, this is interesting because this is one of the first times, and I could tell TMZ feels like either their sources, you know, is really being questioned, which they probably, they pay for sources, right? But their credibility is hanging in the weeds. And I've always said this chat.

A lot of time I report stuff. and I'm getting it from like, it got to be a credible source, because I'm getting it from people involved. And I've always said, I protect my sources, right? I protect my sources. However, if you lie to me, I'm throwing you to the wolves. You're not going to feed me the lie. And after you feed me the lie, everybody says, oh,

They're basically saying there are sources in the medical examiners office. And by the way, I didn't know. I thought there was a funeral for this young woman.

They're basically admitting that they still have the body. The office has an at the L.A. several years. But this is kind of interesting. One of the documents at the L.A. County Medical Examiner's Office has an interesting statement. This has to do with trying to fingerprint Celeste's body. It says the decedent was not liable. scanned due to waterlogged fingers. Well, that's kind of interesting in...

Why would the fingers be waterlogged? So no one has seen the medical examiner report, but clearly they have a source to it. So there's sources in the medical examiner's office, even though you could probably argue that the report has gone outside the medical examiner's office, and that's what they're reading it from. But you've got to imagine it's probably close to the medical examiner's office,

but they're saying they're reading apart from it that says they couldn't finger scanner like fingerprinter because her finger is waterlogged. Waterlogged. What's waterlogged? I don't even want to Google it. If the body had been frozen for quite some time and then is sitting in a bag in this Tesla

out in the blazing hot summer sun, yeah, you would imagine that there is going to be some water in that bag. So you've got to kind of like look at the big picture here. So we told you that even though there is not in a cause or manner of death determined by the medical examiner and there may not be because of the state of the body. The LAPD is operating under the assumption that this is a homicide and that David is a suspect and there is an accomplice, they believe, somebody who helped dismember the body.

Now, there is a mysterious trip that becomes really important in this case, we're told, that David took to Santa Barbara in the spring of this year in the middle of the night in a remote area of Santa Barbara County, spent several hours there. We are frozen. Did they delete it? Because this don't feel like... The back and forth came to the information. And by the way, last week,

has ongoing investigation and the... Okay, so this is what the LAPD says. This is the captain, I believe. Integrity of the investigation. We will reveal or tend to reveal ongoing... Okay, okay. Oh, I think they're reaming out. Oh, they're reaming out TMZ.

go. Case. The timing of that, along with the wording of the news release from the medical examiner's office, leads me to believe a cause and manner of death have been determined in the case of Celeste Rivas Hernandez and the M.E.'s investigative and autopsy reports are completed. Is he right? Now, to couple that, something else I've got to talk about. According to the LA Times, according to court documents that they reviewed, a detective has categorized this investigation as a, quote, investigation into murder. Now, that is very significant because the LAPD previously indicated that there might not be a crime beyond concealment of a body. So this was paperwork in support of not releasing the M.E.'s findings, which I just mentioned.

And you had LAPD detective Joshua Byers who said in a declaration that was filed that release of these autopsy findings could taint or jeopardize this apparent murder investigation. Quote, will reveal or tend to reveal the ongoing investigation. and the integrity of the investigation, as well as the identity of witnesses and or informants who are cooperating with law enforcement and the content of the information they have provided, which could endanger the lives of witnesses and or compromise the investigation. And Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Craig Richmond, Grant, not waiting for that decision by the medical exam. Cause of death with whatever information.

So the thought was that they're still waiting for toxicology reports, more information. It was listed as deferred. and a partially frozen body being discovered. Oh, this is what the captain said. Celeste's body was not frozen. So that's going against what TMZ said. She was not decapitated. That goes against what TMZ said.

The whole frozen thing doesn't even make sense. Her body was in a car for weeks. Even as she had been frozen solid when she was put in a car for five or more weeks in the trunk of her car and a swelter in heat in the middle of summer, it would not have resulted in a partially frozen body being discovered on September 8th.

So that's the captain basically going against what TMZ says. Was not frozen. She was not the captain. decapitated. The whole frozen thing doesn't even make sense. Her body was in the car for weeks. Even if she had been frozen solid when she was put in the car, okay? initiated by the Los Angeles Police Department. Okay. Now, TMZ, they realize their reputations on the line and they're putting out more info than they've ever put out. And they're like, you have an insider. Now, you know who this is? This is Tenney Garrigal's father, Mark Garigals.

Mark Garigos has that some infamous clients, including Chris Brown. But Tenny Gargoyos represented Diddy. Mark Garigos has a podcast with Harvey Levin called The Two Angry Man Podcasts or something like that. And he's really plugged into a lot of those circles where the Emmys and DAs would move around. And that's why I think and also with law enforcement. So I think he has some source, and I think he's helping Harvey. But anyway, I had watched their podcast before. they were unwilling to tell any source, but the LAPD has called them out now.

So now, you know, this is not no more on the podcast. It's on TMZ Live. They bring Mark Garagos on to kind of like shoring up what TMZ is saying. I hope you guys have followed me. You know, if you've been watching us meet every week or every other we can discuss us, this gives you quite a bit of context and everything we've seen. You said about a month or two months ago you've never seen the way they clamped down on this from LAPD. Famously, you guys have had great sources there for years.

We now know, based on the blast from the medical examiner, why that is, because the medical examiner is trying to, so people understand the medical examiner is not an arm of the LAPD. The LAPD does have a lab. They do have a forensics division. That is not the medical examiner. The medical examiner is a standalone vertical area where they want to be professional. They want to do things in such a way that guys like me, the defense lawyer, don't get up there and say, you're only saying that because the detective came and he fed you, A, B, C, D, or E, and led you to believe and basically programmed you to get to a point where you would come to a conclusion

that'll fit with our investigation. This current medical examiner, instead of being pilloried by law enforcement, actually is doing what he should do. He adhering to a scientific method, which is, I'm going to take in all the information, and I'm going to come to a scientific conclusion, not the one that's preordained by law enforcement. So when he comes out and he says this should be transparent, he is absolutely right. And one of the reasons is that you're also getting, and Harvey, you've said this, so it didn't come to me, you've said that your source is saying you can't think logically.

One of the problems here... Not that I can't think logically. Right. That we should not look at the case. The facts of the case when it all come out should not be, can't apply logic to all of it. Well, there's many times, Charles, welcome to the podcast. And the body has somehow, because of the elements, frozen. you are now bringing that body back somewhere else or digging the body back up.

I know it's ghoulish, but obviously when you're investigating these cases, whether you're on the defense, the prosecution, or any, or the ME, you're taking a look at the evidence and what does the evidence suggest? And that to me is no other compelling reason that I can think of. I'm trying to find the shocking details. That's what they titled it. Or at least one. I'm going to tell you, based on doing this longer, longer than,

Charles has been alive, that there is very, I mean, understand. Okay, all right. I'm sorry. We're going to, you know, I don't want to bore some of y'all. Okay. So they bring on a guy who kind of is helping them with sources. And now they have a break in, which is, you know, there's a major update, which, by the way, if this is not that there's a grand jury being convened, which means that they're going

to probably arrest this kid from murder. shortly. And underlying at all is what I believe is a war between the LAPD and the L.A. County Medical Examiner. Okay, so TMZ has taken themselves out of it. It was really LAPD versus them. But they're saying our source is in the M.E's office, which is a medical examiner's office. And they've kind of backed out of it. And they're saying the war now is between the medical examiner office and LAPD. So let's hear. So here's what happened. The LA Times got hold of a petition that the LAPD filed asking to block the medical examiner from releasing any information about the death of Celeste Revis.

This is highly unusual. And as a matter of fact, the LAPD tried this back in September. And the judge in that case said, there's no basis for doing that. The LAP didn't make a case. Well, they went back again, apparently a few days ago, and they asked again, seal all the information that the medical examiner has, and that judge did it. And the medical examiner was pissed and came out with a statement saying it's highly unusual. They believe in transparency, obviously a problem.

The L.A. Times has seen that petition. The petition itself is sealed. So you can't even see the LAPD applying to get the order. It's all sealed. The LA Times, they say they've seen the petition and in it it says that a grand jury was convened in mid-November just a week or so ago and it's an investigative grand jury where they can subpoena witnesses and help the LAPD get information. Because think about it.

The LAPD calls somebody and says, we went to talk to you, they say no. But if the grand jury subpoenas them, they have to come and they have to testify. So that's why law enforcement uses these grand juries. So this is an investigative grand jury. It met for a couple of days. We don't know if it's still in force. They believe it's a homicide, even though the medical examiner hasn't yet said that, and we're told they may never be able to because of the condition of her body. We also, you may know, reported a story over the weekend that we have been told by sources that her body. was partially frozen. The captain of the LAPD came out and said that's not true.

We went back to our source connected to the medical examiner. And again, you know, people protect sources, but if you're, if you're given lies or you're getting contested, you're going to get outed. You've got to imagine, for TMZ to say their sources connected to the medical examiner, you know what's going to, you know what's happening at that Emmy office in L.A. LA County's ME office, anybody with access to that file is getting investigated. You're leaking proprietary information about a corpse that the family doesn't even may not even know. It's integral to a murder investigation and you're probably tipping off the suspect. So them even saying our source is in that office, everybody's like, you know, everybody's accounts getting froze. let's see if you've been emailing people.

Let's see our phones. And the reason why I think TMZ even names the ME office is because they don't want to look like liars. They didn't make it about it in here, right? And the police coming out, the police captain coming out and saying, you're lying. They could have said, we're not lying.

We heard it from the detective in the LAPD, but they didn't. So they outed the Emmy office. True. We went back to our source connected to the medical examiner, and they tripled, quadrupled, sextupled down and said it was partially frozen. Interesting that her fingers were so waterlogged, they couldn't get a fingerprint off of it. This is direct from the medical examiner's documents.

It says that they couldn't get that fingerprint because waterlogged fingers. So that is the current state of this case. To summarize, the LAPD is clearly in the third. throws of an investigation. They're using the grand jury to get witnesses, presumably, to talk that they otherwise could not get to speak to them. David, we're told, is a suspect. We're told there is a second suspect that has something to do with the dismemberment of Celeste's body. And there is a huge conflict between the medical examiner and the LAPD. Lauren Conlin from L.A. Magazine would also like to chime in.

And I spoke to a forensic death investigator the other day, Joseph Scott Morgan, about the possibility of Celeste's body being frozen at one point. Not being frozen upon discovery, but at one point. Now, what he said was a medical examiner would be able to tell based on doing test with the tissue. Yes. And by the way, I said this, just off watching Dexter, if you freeze the body at some point, it doesn't matter if they're unfrozen when you found him. They could tell that the body was frozen and usually is frozen post-mortem. They would be able to see if the body had thawed, had unthawed through microscopic, cellular tissue. I mean, his words, not mine. But when TMS... What happens is there's so much water in the body. When water, when water freezes, it doesn't freeze in like a really cool, almost circular way, like how liquid could move. It freezes and

it's almost like shards, like, shards, like, you know, and those things make the cells like on an oval, like, misshaped way. And also when they thaw. out, sometimes it bursts through, put like this, just to give you easy chemistry. And by the way, I did graduate with a bio-mathematics degree. Not that it needed this for me to tell you this, but if you ever had a bottle of water and froze it and the water expands, exactly, right? So essentially, if you think about cells that are filled with liquid and tissue, and if those are frozen,

you could see how the freezing of cells would expand sometimes even beyond the tissue that even if it thawed out later, the tissues are irreparably damaged. Do you understand that? If I freeze this bottle of water and it's a regular bottle of water is filled to like this line right here

where my index is, right? This is how it would be. Once you freeze it, it's going to be here and sometimes you might freeze it and it even comes out or the cap comes off. That's what happens to the body. The liquid inside your body all expand when it's frozen. He got this leak from a source close to the medical examiner's office. My understanding was that testing had been done.

It had been done to the point that the LAPD deemed this a homicide or a murder investigation, although they haven't come right out and said this, This was reported by the LA Times based on the petition they obtained by the LAPD blocking the medical examiner from releasing the death records. They saw this information that they are treating this like a homicide. So again, in my opinion, that came from the medical examiner's findings that they don't want out there. They do not want people like us speculating what possibly could have happened to select. and who is involved because they don't want to, I guess, hinder their investigation, although, I mean, at this point, there's tons of speculation,

but I do believe that the theory of her body being frozen at one point is correct based on that. Now, just piggy. Yeah, and I've said that from the get-go without knowing. I didn't think that the body was frozen at the time of discovery, but I think that the M.E., which I said before, if everybody goes back, without even this new detail, I said that they could figure out if the body was ever frozen. And that would make sense in them trying to determine the timeline of when she died, because if she died and trying to figure out, like, if someone dies and they drop dead right here,

and nobody touches that body for a certain time, there is a certain way of decomposition that could be figured out. And, you know, deaths have been going on for a long time. And when you look at medical examiner offices, they study the science of this. it would matter on what temperature it is, what environment is in, what other agents or anti-agents or animals are around to maybe picket the body or the carcass or whatever the case is. And they could figure out, oh, that body's been there for like two weeks. That body's been there for two months, right? Depending on all these other factors.

When you freeze the body, you actually suspend that process. So in trying to figure out when this person died, you're going to think, about okay how long was this person frozen okay so how do you do that and by this is again chat I would have definitely became a scientist or a doctor if it was as cool as you ever watched like um like house or like these other shows it makes being a doctor and like these you know being like a nerd seems cool it's not cool okay uh or not i don't mean cool it's just not exciting it's a bunch of lab work and bunch of boring shit but like yeah so now you got to figure out based on how frozen it was to be compared

decomposition up to that point that afterwards, the age of the deceased carcass, right? I shouldn't be calling it carcass, the corpse. And I think that's what the M.E.'s office did. They had the info on it, and I think that the LAPD probably wanted to keep that secret as they were still trying to get info and probably trying to get these guys to confess

because it's probably hard, because of the freezing of the body, it's hard to, you know, kind of get all the info they need. Granted, yes, I know we live in 2025, it's hard to commit any crime, but a lot of people got ring cameras. Well, ring cameras, for the most part, most people have ring cameras. It goes back six months, unless they're paying for some special plan. So if you have a death that's a year ago, it's most likely if it's now being investigated now, it's not going to be able to be found on many cameras, right?

A lot of records get rewritten over a year. So if, depending on how long the murder was, maybe that's why police are having a hard time with it and maybe that's why they're trying to act like they don't know what it is to try to almost like in a reverse way try to get these guys so the emme's office basically saying now we're down to put stuff stuff out or leaked stuff and that's the big issue be backing off of this on that petition um to block the the records from being released the LA Times said they saw a grand jury number which sort of got them thinking okay is a grand jury being convened and yes as Harvey said, it's an investigative grand jury. So these types of grand juries could take a really

long time. I mean, we're talking months here. It's not going to be easy and it's not going to be fast. However, this is a step in the right direction. The investigative grand juries are used for complex cases, cases where police believe that a crime has been committed, but they don't necessarily have all of the details. They don't have all of the witnesses. They don't have all of the evidence and with the investigative grand jury, they're going to be able to recommend proper subpoenas. So I'll give you an example. Let's say there is video surveillance. And this is hypothetical video surveillance of somebody moving that Tesla at the end of July. Now let's say there are rumors and I don't know if the rumors are true or not, but that this person who moved

the Tesla is not in the country. Well, police don't have the ability to say, hey, get back to the U.S., we want to talk to you. They can't do that unless a subpoena comes from a grand jury. So this type of grand jury is very important to get more information to eventually make an arrest in the case. So I'm happy at this point. I mean, I think, again, that things are progressing, although they're progressing slowly, but the LAPD has made it very clear that they do not want any information out there. I mean, their hand was forced.

They finally made their second statement on November 25th where they said, oh, and this is actually really interesting. What they said was, and this is different from what they had originally told People Magazine, I believe it was Captain Scott Williams who told People Magazine, you know, there is no evidence that she was frozen upon discovery or that she ever was frozen in general. He added that in parentheses. I cited that. In the LAPD statement from November 25th, he said, or the LAPD said, excuse me, they said there is no evidence that she was frozen upon discovery on September 8th, 2025. That's much different than saying that she was never frozen at all.

in my opinion. So they put this out in a statement. They also debunked the decapitation, but they also confirmed that the Santa Barbara trip did happen in spring of 2025. TMZ reported that, and that was a great piece of information. They reported that he was in Santa Barbara County very late at night for a few hours. And the LAPD said, yes, this happened, but we don't know if this necessarily has anything to do with the death of Celeste Rivas Hernandez or not. I mean, look, they're not going to tell us. Of course. We already know that.

So, yeah, their hand was forced. They had no choice but to make a statement. And I don't necessarily think that we're going to hear anything else from the police directly unless, again, their hand is forced by the media. Yes. It's a serial killer show. But what it does, and, you know, I graduated from Rutgers with a. biometh mathematics degree. So I always had like this, you know, this fascination with science, even though I ended up just being in entertainment. And, you know, I've done a lot of

research and also like even that show, it kind of like helps you on a pathology level understand what happens to a corpse. You know what I mean? And you understand. Wait, I just had a vision of like the season one, the ice trunk killer. Yes. No. The body parts in the pool. No, that is, that is directly applicable to hear because I said it early on, I said, I guarantee, even though TMZ initially was reporting that they had found the corpse frozen, I said, I don't think that's the case if it was just sitting in the sun for weeks. What I think happened, the ME, and I said this way before weeks ago, I said the ME probably found the body, ransom tests, and what happens if you freeze a body, and I went into this whole thing about cryonics and everything. There's a study that people believe that you could freeze your body and come back at a different time. The big problem with that science, and people pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to invest in it, actually millions, but people want to do it to somehow come back at a later time. If they freeze your body, your cell chemistry changes because once your body freezes, the shape of your cells aren't the same anymore. It's like,

I just use the analogy on the stream. I'm like, think about a water bottle. Put it in the freezer. If it freezes, you're going to see water coming out of the top. I'm freezing stuff cause liquid to expand. So if a body was just frozen, yes, it would be able to be detected by the Emmy when they looked at the TV. Oh, yeah.

No, a hundred percent. Like, honestly, the Emmy's office, they've had this information for a long time. Like, they, that's why police called it a homicide or a murder,

basically. They saw what the Emmy's office had. They were like, okay, this is definitely, uh, it's going to be, there's going to be some culpability beyond what did they say,

concealment of a, a body like a misdemeanor so stupid whatever um they just didn't want to getting out because they just didn't want to hinder the investigation somehow whatever you know that i know that but i definitely think that um that it's it's gonna be a minute though like even though it's progressing these i think i said that that these grand juries can take months just depending on the evidence they're presented with and it feels like they might have a lot to present to them um with just everything about david because you know they're going to be showing you're going to be showing showing them from everything from his music videos to his like discord streams to you know they're going through everything

and this is why we have to really sit for like a good pot about this right and really kind of go through so many things because i have a million questions and what i do want to ask you don't know if you could answer um yeah this is one of the first time timsie always has a lot of sources within lapd this is one of the first times i felt like the lapd the captain came out and they were pretty much calling out TMZ. And TMZ revealed that their source didn't come from LAPD, which I think most people assumed

their source was from the MEE's office and then now there's that... Yeah, they said that initially though. They said that their source about, yeah, like they said last Saturday that it was from, it was a, basically a leak from the Emmy's office or a source close to the Emmy's office. Yeah, but, but you're totally right.

I do feel like they kind of were calling out TMZ in a way, although they did confirm the Santa Barbara thing was factual. But Harvey, you know, he's got a lot of, a lot of good connects, as does Mark Garagos in L.A., you know. That's why I'm shocked that they went at them? And I'm like, why is this investigation different? And then that was kind of turned into the Emmys office versus L.A.P. Well, because they do a good job.

The biggest people touring, we have young boy, we have Rod Wave. We're talking about hip-hop. There's Travis Scott. Obviously, if Nikki or 50 goes on tour, I'm talking about the people who have the top 10 tours. You have Kendrick and you have Drake. Drake has the highest-gross-in tour in the U.S., okay? I believe Kendrick has the highest grossing tour in the world. Okay?

Here's the thing. Drake allegedly dropped his booking agent because his booking agent reps Kendrick as well. Now, this is a lot of drama and tea kind of because it kind of shows that these guys don't fuck with each other. And, you know, they're also thinking, not like on some niggas is just. but hurt people are thinking conflict of interests which means you're not going to work for me and work for my op this ain't that remember I remember I covered when young boy

got represented by Drew Finland and then Drew Finland showed up and Drew Finland is the lawyer for Lil Durk so the same lawyer that got young boy free is actually the lawyer for Lil Durk and you see lawyers kind of work for guys who might not like each other but an agent if you don't know and I'll break down the business here

so what happens is you have these big companies that are are agencies that book tours, they book Rolling Louds. So Drake isn't picking up the phone saying, I'm going to do the show, right? There's going to be an agent that does it. The big agencies are UTA, CAA, you have WME, there's a company called Wasserman,

and there's a few like other companies that are kind of like, you know, almost independent companies. How do they work? Well, they work on percentage. So if you book, I don't know, say $100 million in tours and performances, they'll get 10%. They've made $10 million, right? Now, usually they book way more than that. Most of these companies, CIA is probably booking billions, right?

So they're going to pull in hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue, right? Because a booking agent, and we're not just told about just a regular booking agent. This is almost like this is an agent, right? So for example, I'll let you know this. For my Spotify deal, I was reped by UTA. I'm very transparent, child. There's nothing to hide. So whatever that final number was,

the millions that Spotify gave me, there was a percentage that went to UTA. UTA podcast. And by the way, shout to my guy over there, Utah podcast, he's the biggest at doing it. He's the one who negotiated my deal, call her daddy's deal. I forgot he negotiated some of the really biggest deals.

What does that mean? So when Spotify gives me the bag, they get a percentage of the bag, usually about like 10% or so. Now, that applies to even artists when they book shows, speaking engagements and other things. So, for example, Drake, who's booking a $320 million tour, if you are the booking agent, which, by the way, you don't have to do much work. If you're reping Drake, Drake at this point, Live Nation got them damn there in a deal. They don't really need you. So if you're his agent, you're getting a free $30 million. And it's coming into your company.

Now, Drake had an agent who basically didn't have to do anything because Live Nation had him under a contract where he's doing these big tours so they don't have to book tours. They would only have to book Drake for these one-off shows. And Drake don't really do one-off show. Drake ain't doing rolling loud, really. Drake ain't doing like this festival of that. Drake kind of does his own tour and does nothing else, right? You know what I mean? If he's popping up at somebody show is doing it for free.

So this guy is basically his agent. agent. So it's given a lot of cashay to, you know, this company. What is this company? And I'm giving you so much, and this is music business insider shit. You guys will never hear unless you tune into ACCA. This is why I think I earned my money in terms of having you watch me. So, CAA, the biggest agency company, UTA like the second, right? WME is huge with music. Music festivals is especially big with country music okay there's another company called wasterman so some agent left like one of these companies and made their own

big company an agent named brent smith kind of defected over there and essentially they repped people like i don't think they rep Travis scott i got to see let me look up actually who brent smith reps brent brett smith reps um right here, Washterman music. So this guy, Brent Smith, is this guy right here. You've never seen him before, but this is a major player.

Because he basically walks into any room and they get to realize for you to book Drake, you've got to go through him. Okay? He's Drake's agent, right? Now, he works for Wasserman, right? And he's gotten this big, see, Billboard gave him a power player. He gets his big-ass role, EVP and manager, executive. Why?

Because he reps Drake. Is he doing mad work, not disrespecting him, but you're reping Drake. Drake got to deal with Live Nation. You're not really, you don't really got to do shit for Drake. Essentially, this guy was also reppping Kendrick Lamar. Okay? And with him reping Kendrick Lamar,

look, see, and you can see here, Washington's on parallel global insights propelled bloppers to tours from many of the world's most impactful artists, including Kendrick Lamar. Drake realized that the guy, you know what I mean, and I don't know if there's more drawn behind the scenes, there probably is, but Drake has dropped him as his agent because he reps Kendrick Lamar. Keep in mind, this guy may have used the data that, goes from, I'm not saying he did nothing improper.

So this is me speculating and just to be fair because I want to be fair to him. I'm speaking on really super insider business but this is a huge deal. Trust me. At all the, I talk to people at CAA, UTA, Wasserman, and even WM, they're all buzzing about this one particular story. Brent Smith, who rep, who reped

Kendrick and Drake, some people feel like he may have used data of where Drake would be successful in markets he was successful in, and basically also leverage some of the stuff with Drake to get Kendrick this amazing deal and also put him in certain markets.
