Starting point is 00:00:00 Promise you that. Promise you that. She's the only one while the investigation was going on. She was still with Diddy. So she, Diddy can't use no. Oh, you are hurt.
Starting point is 00:00:15 Oh, you got cut off. You mad because you broke. Oh, you was just, you like me and I ain't fuck with you. She was with that nigger till the cuffs got put on him. I'm telling you. Diddy? What about? What up?
Starting point is 00:00:31 you with the vibes what's up talk to me I just want to what's going on what you want to talk about what's going on what's in the air they ain't shut in the air you know I don't gossip I'll just call you say what's up my I just have a party I'm in the air I'm in the air I'm in the air when you ain't been outside yet I haven't been outside yet what is I'm not I'm not outside inside I'm outside okay you're in the air love is in the air I walk. You said what? What'd you say?
Starting point is 00:01:06 I'm not laughing. What'd you say? I said we outside. I thought you said about something about putting me on the sidewalk. I was like, you ain't divorced me, girl. What my God. I'm on the sidewalk, though. It's rough out there.
Starting point is 00:01:35 Exactly. But I'm outside, though. Yeah, you have. Outside. Scott how about day yeah so I told you what cuz what because what because what you tell me you tell me you tell me his dynamic is very interesting I just can't see Cassie popping it like this thing I just can't I just can't man I don't know it's all good all right it's gonna pop up in a second hmm um I I I I I see I
Starting point is 00:02:23 see Tory, like I see Tori's team and everybody else. Yo, I'm gonna be honest with you. I don't like talking about this Tori shit no more, I'm gonna be honest with you, well, because I've realized there are certain people who might even be supporters to me and y'all are starting to do the shit that I don't like doing, which is like, y'all want me
Starting point is 00:02:44 to say what y'all want me to say instead of me, you never say what I want to say. I love Tori, but I'm not part of a propaganda or a team. I think Tori should have been found not guilty. That's what I believe. However, I am realistic. And what's what I think is happening now is his new thing is based on hope. And I just want to be very clear.
Starting point is 00:03:10 I can't just sit here and lie. So it's like, I feel like people want me to lie. Like they're like, oh, no, well, just, well, you got to just, you got to, no. There's not going to be, I'd rather just not talk about it because I fuck with Tori. I want him to get out. I wish he didn't get locked up But if I
Starting point is 00:03:26 If you know If I got to speak about some shit I got to be very honest Is I said And I'll say I said then I said now I felt like he was convicted unfairly I'm going off of the court process
Starting point is 00:03:40 Not what you think The court process But also I was not in court I see everybody like Yo this and third I see somebody out Yo told about Tori Tobathe Tobat what do you want me to say
Starting point is 00:03:52 Everything we saw today was available in discovery. So we're going to have to have real real conversations. Was Tory's lawyers trash? Or was the jury biased? Or did the prosecutor and the judge railroaded? Okay? All those things could be possibilities. The point of what I'm trying to say is that
Starting point is 00:04:29 I'm looking at everything I'm seeing now And I'm like, bro, I don't know what I'm saying to say All these videos were available They were available They were in discovery They got played in court They got played in court Like this is not some shit that like
Starting point is 00:04:45 New footage When you see ax on body I request body cam footage all the time For things that I need Hipop shit That's a company They only work with law enforcement. They give footage, and they have a cloud that gives footage only the police departments.
Starting point is 00:05:08 Police departments only then gives it to the actual parties who are victims or defendants. This shit was available. Okay? Do I believe Tory was railroaded? I absolutely do. But I don't know what we could do. like I'm in the spot where I don't know where we could do so I mean we could keep saying it
Starting point is 00:05:35 yo let Tori out free that man I love that man music but it's at the point where I think we got to look at it and be a little bit realistic and say if we're at the Hail Mary let us know the hell Mary would seemingly be
Starting point is 00:05:58 Hell Mary would seemingly be Oh my God Hell Mary would seemingly be A pardon I don't know man I feel like y'all want me to tell y'all something different And I could get up here in line Like yo new footage has
Starting point is 00:06:25 Not this ain't nothing new here What about? I'm just more confused How did the jury see this shit And convicted it? But it's not new I'm confused I have no idea why Tori's in jail I am very confused why he's in jail
Starting point is 00:06:46 I got a lot of question for George Medeshvin or whatever his name is. He was the lawyer. How the hell you got all this evidence and you get that man found guilty? How? That shit don't even make sense. How? I would love to talk to him.
Starting point is 00:07:10 You know what I want to talk to? I want to talk to Tori's lawyer. His first loyalty. How the fuck did you have all this shit and he went to jail? How? Chat, I'm genuinely confused, but I'm just not a liar. This was not shown to the jury? Jack, we weren't in court.
Starting point is 00:07:36 I literally, they show this in court. When the, when the detectives popped up, they showed not all of it, but they showed excerpts of this. What are you talking about this wasn't showed in court? My nigga, do you really think that they fucking did a whole thing and this only popped up now, bro? Like, stop the dumb shit, bro.
Starting point is 00:07:55 This is public shit. What are you got talking about? Now, granted, I think there are certain things that happened in the Tory case, the judge allowed certain shit he shouldn't have. The prosecutor had an axe to grind. And I think Tori's lawyer was trash. It's trash.
Starting point is 00:08:18 If he had Ysell Steel, I think he'd get out. He beat that shit for a. Sweep. If he had brought, yo, you think Brian Stee will like that? Come on, bro. The point when I'm trying to tell you out, and I hate to keep going back to it, bro, like, I'm just not like, yo,
Starting point is 00:08:38 you know, I'm my own man, bro. Like, I'm not on a white team type shit like that. I told you, Big Act is way too, like, I'm way too prolific to be like a puppet for anybody, period. In reality, here's the thing. When I look at this shit right here, this is what I say. How the fuck do you have a footage of a woman saying,
Starting point is 00:09:02 I was not shot? Torrey's team had this shit in the beginning. They got to turn this over. to you he would get out on appeal for a Brady violation a Brady violation means the prosecutor hold withhold evidence that could exonerate you the woman says I'm not shot they said it in court but you know what happened Meg showed up and she cried oh my God no I was trying to protect him oh hi they believed her they believe her but if you're a defense attorney and you have a video of her saying she not shot
Starting point is 00:09:38 The cops saying, I think she stepped on glass. There's the glasses right there on the floor. She cut herself. Oh, she cut. You have all that and you blow trial? Bro, come on, gang. I wish I with all the conspiracies, but, dog, what type of lawyers that, yo, I could have got Tory off of this case.
Starting point is 00:10:01 Are we dumb? Yo, Chad, keep it up being, bro. The thing is, I'm not going to go with a next. And act like, oh, new footage has been released. It's not new footage. It's old. It's old. And it's not, it's footage we only didn't see because there's a protective order.
Starting point is 00:10:19 The lawyer's seen it. The prosecutors at it. The jurors seen it. And everybody knew about this shit. How the hell did Torrey Lane's lawyer blow trial? Chat, let's keep it a bean. Now, again, if y'all want to answer that and say, yo, it was a railroading. Yo, act.
Starting point is 00:10:39 You know Rock Nation made a call. And they made the call. And the prosecutors start cheating. And then they had to vote whatever way because, cool, I get it. Like, a part of that, I ain't going to lie. Make a little sense. I don't, I think this is Tory versus Rock Nation more than Tory versus Meg. So I understand that.
Starting point is 00:11:02 I'm just not going to, there's some Tory fans who want me to just say, Oh my God, this is brand new. This is not brand new. I look at this and I said Tori's lawyers was trash. George Medesian, I want to invite you to my stream. You don't represent Tori no more. You fired your ass. You got him a guilty bird.
Starting point is 00:11:24 George Medetian, whatever your name is. Tori Lay's. I would love for you to show up here. But I guarantee you won't. I know why you won't. Because you know he's going through appeal. And in appeal, I don't think, he's blamed you yet.
Starting point is 00:11:41 But, right here, bingo. This nigga right here. I would love to invite him. I will sit down with him any single time. I know this case,
Starting point is 00:12:05 like the back of my hand, inside out, anytime I see some information. I sat here and covered this trial. I ain't wasting my time. I'm not doing this shit because I think it's cute nigga. Even what it is,
Starting point is 00:12:15 did he try? Whatever the verdict is, I'm reviewing as much things as pot. You think I'm just sitting here listen to Lauren calling because I'm like, Oh, we got views? No, nigger. I sat there for days with the Tory trial.
Starting point is 00:12:29 I know exactly what's been in there. This nigger got him guilty. So how to fuck are we seeing these things? A reasonable person could put two and two together to say, yo, we don't even got to say, like, I know some people be like, oh, no, the girls shot it. Fuck that. Fuck that theory.
Starting point is 00:12:47 By the way, they went with that theory. Well, fuck that theory. Yo, they're accusing me of shooting a bitch. The bitch said when the cops showed up Nobody shot me The bitch then later said I stepped on glass At the hospital The fucking cops at the scene said
Starting point is 00:13:03 There's fucking glass Do I go to jail? The answer got to be this motherfucker No chat, come on bro No I'm asking y'all Everything we're seeing And this is why I said I can't lie to y'all
Starting point is 00:13:33 Because if I would lie to y'all I would be like, oh, no. Like, I could lie to y'all and be like, oh, no, they're about to pardon him. Brother, the man who is, yo, Tori should have stayed his ass in fucking Florida. He would have got a pardoned him for it. That's a fact. In a place like Florida where, number one, they don't look at a gun like a fucking atomic bomb. They look at a gun in Jersey, New York, California, like a bomb.
Starting point is 00:14:03 A gun being fired. You know why? Because they got to protect all of them residents in that high-priced neighborhoods. They can't let an example of weapons being fired multiple times and niggies don't go to jail for 10 years. If that shit was in Florida, even if he got convicted, he probably wouldn't have got convicted. But he would have got a pardoned.
Starting point is 00:14:25 The Santis would have pardoned his ass. That's a fact. That's what I keep telling you all, stay out of Florida. I live in Jersey. Trust me. I hope and I wish I never got to use my guns here. If I got to use my guns, I want to be in Florida. I want to be in Texas.
Starting point is 00:14:39 Because gun laws here don't Anytime you pull out a gun You better really think you gotta die Because or else you're going to jail They don't like guns All these places y'all like going to That's why I say I love Florida and I love Texas Florida Texas Atlanta Cool 2
Starting point is 00:14:57 You've seen that motherfucker little Tim No matter what you want to say about him He smoked motherfucking King Bond And he is chilling They drop that shit They didn't even put out a statement You know why they're saying man, you came to Georgia,
Starting point is 00:15:10 fuck around and find out, nigga. Fuck around and find out. That's how they treated that King Bon case. Fuck around and find out, nigga. You came down here, you thought you had mad niggies because y'all got sticks in Chicago. Illinois not like that.
Starting point is 00:15:21 Illinois don't like guns like that, even though they still let you out because their incarceration rules is crazy. So they keep letting niggas out, but Illinois supposedly has, like, the top five toughest laws on guns. Atlanta love guns. Georgia love guns.
Starting point is 00:15:38 So when King Vaughn gets smoked Nigger they dismissed that shit That nigga got no charges against him They don't give two fucks about King Vaugh They're like nigga you fucked around And you found out you dead I'm sorry to say it I love King Von businesses real time
Starting point is 00:15:51 But that's the facts In reality Tories in jail because this shit happened to Cali and this is why it shows you How important where you are As crazy as it might sound A lot of niggas is free because they call federal charges for example
Starting point is 00:16:07 Yo, little Wayne, if little Wayne had caught, remember when he went to jail? Remember when Lil Wayne went to jail? Remember when Lil Wayne went to jail? In New York, he had to serve time. Bro, he caught another gun charge, but it was federal. He never even been to jail. He got pardoned by Trump.
Starting point is 00:16:30 Kodak. Lied on the ATF form. You fill out of ATF form every time you get a gun. Lied on it. Say he wasn't a felon. Trump pardon him, but with Tori, you can't do nothing to it. So it's like, I can't lie to y'all. Like Tori's in a tough spot, he should have stayed his ass out of Cali.
Starting point is 00:16:46 Y'all rappers who love guns, stay out of Cali. Cali, Jersey, New York, stay out of it. Especially if you're a felon or especially if you like to be busy with guns. These places say you got to be on your last breath before you can use your gun. The criminal uses gun anytime. You got to be on your last breath before you're legally allowed to use your gun. In Jersey, New York. That's why I tell everybody I'm scared as a bitch.
Starting point is 00:17:12 Academics as a whole. And I think everybody want to kill me. If something happened, I'm a 100% scared of my life. That's the only way you can use a gun. When you in Florida, a nigga blink too crazy as you. You pop that nigga, man. Now just don't chase him like Antonio Brown. But you pop that nigga, man.
Starting point is 00:17:29 That's a fact. Call him a Lago. She said the footage wasn't shown. Bro. Stop trying to spit in an air. and call it fucking rain. I don't care what y'all are telling me. I have a brain and I'm going to tell you
Starting point is 00:17:53 what exactly happened. Number one, most of this was either shown in court or Tori's team and Tori's lawyers had this before. This nigga didn't show it. Don't drop it on a website. Show to court! If it's so effective to us
Starting point is 00:18:13 two years later on a website, why don't you show it in court? You know that I'm telling you, it's impossible that they just got the full body cam now. It's impossible. So what happens in court
Starting point is 00:18:34 when you're charged with a crime, the prosecution goes first, then the defense goes next, which means you have an opportunity to bring up shit that could say, I didn't do it. So if it wasn't shown in court, it still becomes, what the fuck did this nigga do?
Starting point is 00:18:54 What did he do? Are you not saying that? I mean, I blame Rod Nation with you. I think Rod Nation be trying to set things up. I say the prosecutors hated Tories and they wanted a conviction because, like, the whole DA department, the whole DA office was running on,
Starting point is 00:19:13 like, you know what I mean, protect women's shit. I'm with y'all with that but what did he do if this wasn't shown in court but it's effective with you thinking tory's innocent why he ain't show it oh so y'all want to talk about that right i'm telling you it's impossible look it up
Starting point is 00:19:32 brady via we just seen it in a rust case rust rust case brady violation i played a fucking video alec boeing criminal case it was dismissed because the fucking police had bullet fragments or bullets that they never told the defense about. When it got found out, case dismiss. You cannot refile.
Starting point is 00:19:54 You can't hold evidence or hold videos against, like what are you talking about? Look. Just learning now that the case against Alec Baldwin and the Rust shooting trial has been. Okay, I'm glad you said, young money, I'm not wrong. Even if, when you say was presented at trial, if you think this is exculpatory, which means it proves Tori's innocent why his lawyer put it up there. You're going to answer that? Why Tori's lawyer and put it up there?
Starting point is 00:20:24 So Tori's lawyer wasn't lawyer in that. So either way, I'm still right. If the prosecutor, the prosecutor don't got to put it up there. They got a conviction, so they clearly won. If you're the defense and you didn't put it up there, the only thing you could say whoever would donated that, tell me that Tori's team didn't have it before. Fuck if it was shown.
Starting point is 00:20:47 Tell me if Tori's team didn't. have it before they had it before they had it before so if we're playing defense and we we got the shit to win and we don't use it that don't like what the fuck are we doing now the reason why i said it got to be shown before because they're showing it to us now they must think it matter now cool so my next assumption would be it was a railroaded so despite something that shows at least in my eyes, Tory shouldn't be convicted. He still got convicted. That means the judge, the prosecutor, or the juries, something is up.
Starting point is 00:21:35 But if you tell me this wasn't shown, if you tell me this wasn't shown, so you told me Tori hired a Timo lawyer. It's a Timo lawyer. You fire Sean Kelly, you hired a Timo lawyer. No, I, I, I'm down to get on, I'm down to get on, as I said, when I'm covering these cases, I put a lot of my time, my effort. I put my life into what I do on a stream daily. I'm not
Starting point is 00:22:07 up here just talking, just count money. I mean, I do, but still, I really, like, I feel like I know these cases intimately. Pause. I'll get on Discord with you. Let me get on Discord. I haven't been on Discord in a while. Anybody who could articulate why you think, and I'll take, like, I'm going to
Starting point is 00:22:23 have a reasonable discussion with you. I get on Discord. I'll get on Discord. I'll get on Discord right now. I'm going to chat niggas channel. I'm on muted. Please only move people in there who could articulate why they think the things they saw today. Again, I think the only angle Tory has, which I agree with, is that he got railroaded. The idea that this is new is not true. That's my only thing. It's not true. And I have to think, if you're shown it now, it must have been shown in the trial. Or if it wasn't shown in the trial,
Starting point is 00:23:10 that means George Medesian or whatever his name is, didn't do it. And if it wasn't handed over to the defense, because body cam is only gotten by the police and it is given to the detective that is given to the DA. The DA, when they're bringing somebody after they file charges, has to turn this over. You can't even start trial. You've got to turn it over.
Starting point is 00:23:37 You got, listen, look. of um i just want to play you what the court what the judge said what did the judge say I want the raw the raw thing uh it doesn't happen here fuck this might be the um
Starting point is 00:24:04 I can't find it right judicial system and the efficient administration of justice your motion to dismiss with prejudice is granted it got dismissed because they withheld evidence
Starting point is 00:24:18 if if if you said I killed a niggil but the cops showed up to the scene you charged me said I killed that nigger the cops show up to the scene and somebody on the scene said I ain't gonna lie I did it and you charged me with the murder
Starting point is 00:24:34 all right now I'm fighting the murder the whole time I never knew a nigga said he did it you don't send me the video you have it on body camp you never tell me or send me the video that the nigger there's some other nigger who claimed he did the murder
Starting point is 00:24:50 when it gets to court if I ever find out about that video, it's an instant dismissal. The case is done. Just like this, Alec Baldwin found out later. They did not tell him some shit about some bullets or whatever that was turned in. I could do some ballistic shit. The judge dismissed it.
Starting point is 00:25:10 So what I'm trying to say, what we're seeing is discovery. We're not seeing new info. It's discovery. The only new info is affidavits. Affidavit from the driver, which has been in for a few months. Affidavit from Kelsey's bodyguard, which has been in for a week. And, yeah, that's pretty much it.
Starting point is 00:25:37 Nothing else. If y'all can't properly articulate. Oh, my bad. Hey, Act, you think that Meg and Rock Nation purposely had this stuff not getting discovery? Because, you know, Rock Nation worked harder than the devil. It was in discovery. And I think this is why I hate when people just like, listen, I believe Tori was unfairly convicted. But we can't just have 15 different things.
Starting point is 00:26:12 This is why it's why Tori won't get out. You have some people saying she wasn't shot. Then people are saying, all right, well, she was shot, but it was by Tori. You got to pick a story or else you just look like you're just like a delusional niggian denial. I have a theory. And if my theory gets proven wrong, I'll look at the next more likely impossible theory. My theory has not gotten proven wrong.
Starting point is 00:26:38 My theory is this. Tori did not shoot the bitch. She's fighting with the other girl over the fact they're both fucking Tori. The girl starts beating her ass. Look at her legs. She would start dragging her. Remember, she's in a car. Meg goes around, opens the door, starts hitting her.
Starting point is 00:26:54 She starts kicking Meg. Meg grabs her feet, drags on the ground, starts beating her up. The driver gets out to break it up, right? The driver is breaking up, whatever, whatever. When the girl gets like, you know, obviously Meg doesn't have her anymore, she fucking runs to the car. She can't fight Meg. She's half Meg size.
Starting point is 00:27:14 She goes to get the gun and she fucking tries to shoot, she tries to shoot Meg. Tori hops out and tries to hit her hand. The fucking gun hits like some other shit. So the first three shots is her trying to shoot Meg. Or, I don't know, try to scare me. I don't know what if she's. It was really trashed.
Starting point is 00:27:31 But come on, you shot out. The next two shots, Tori, blah, blah, blah. Okay, bet. After that happened, first of all, everybody's drunk. Tori's stupid ass don't tell the cops nothing. You know what I said? I want to see the full interrogation footage because I want to see if, is Tori that stupid
Starting point is 00:27:53 that Tori didn't even tell the cops they were fighting? Like, you know the cops ignored the idea that the women were fighting. Because think about this. They charged Tori for a shooting and never acknowledged Tori supposedly wasn't the main one fighting. It was two women who were fighting. Yo, if two people are fighting and you hear about somebody got shot, isn't it a logical conclusion to say, oh, it's one of the people who are fighting that shot? So. So he said he was street, niggie.
Starting point is 00:28:23 He can't snitch. That's another issue. I agree. That's another issue. So that's part of my theory. My theory remains steadfast. Everybody who says Meg wasn't shot, shut up. I don't believe you.
Starting point is 00:28:37 She was shot, not directly, but she was hit with the, she was hit with a bullet that hit the street, hit the asphalt that fractured and shrapnel hit her feet. Okay? Okay, so that happened. So if you're still arguing, oh, I don't think she was shot. Brother, you're not going, like, they're going to look at you as the person who was still
Starting point is 00:29:00 arguing about flat earth. We can't argue about more advanced shit if you're still like, well, I really don't think the earth is round. I think that bitch is flat. All right, motherfucker. So let's not talk about what's going on in the earth core and let's not talk about gravity and this other shit money. Okay? The point is this. You've got to concede certain points. My theory, I've held this theory
Starting point is 00:29:26 since almost before the trial. Now, granted, I don't blame Tori's team for trying to to bring up anything. Hey, if y'all can't find a bullet fragment, how you know if you're a shot? Yeah, that's fine. Tori's team can bring it up. You bring up anything.
Starting point is 00:29:44 Yo, Bibes' Cartel who got charged of murder. Yo, y'all tampered my phone. How you know this? How you know you ain't playing evidence on it? All right, that makes sense. That's what Lori is supposed to do. What I'm saying is for people who are just going on with the stupidity of saying
Starting point is 00:29:59 five things that contradict each other is that the only theory that makes sense is two women fighting, one woman who got beat up, introduced the gun, Tori tried to intervene. That's why he has gunshot residue. The woman in question who admitted when the gunshots got fired,
Starting point is 00:30:28 her back was turned. The only way she could see afterwards is after three shots get fired and now Tori's running towards the girl and then they're struggling for the gun, two more shots. She looks back, she's drunk already. She ain't, remember, she says, I'm walking away, and I hear shots. It's not like she's like, I see Tori take the gun.
Starting point is 00:30:53 She said, I'm walking away. It was the woman firing. The woman fired. So now when she turned back after the first three shots, because there's a pause, she sees Tori fighting with the gun. That's why, in her mind, Tori shot her. the best friend is quiet as a motherfucker she's not going to say done
Starting point is 00:31:13 because she's been let off the hook she's been let off the hook here's the thing too for everything that we're now seen Torrey should have taken the stand and this is where the snitching thing comes about bro y'all dropped the website they literally said
Starting point is 00:31:35 that bitch didn't you might as well said that in court don't run to play after the game run to play during the game don't run to play after But was this a classic case of keeping it real go wrong? Yes. Tori's team more than ever,
Starting point is 00:32:02 yo, in court they were pointing an elbow. Right now they're pointing a fist. They still ain't get to point in the finger. Fuck that. Tori should have pointed a finger from the get-go. She did it. Yo, it's a domestic violence situation. Like, what are we talking about here?
Starting point is 00:32:29 And again, I'm like, you know, I've seen some people like, oh, yo, act, no, like, I think you're switching up on Tori. No, I'm just not a fucking idiot. I still think he was wrongly convicted, but I'm not going to just say, all right, yo, his team wants to get him out by any, they don't give a fuck if they said, God fire the gun from, they don't go to fuck what happens. I'm going to still work off logic because I feel I'm working off the truth. I don't feel I'm working off just because I'm Tori's friend. I don't think I'm just working off just Tori's friend. I really do believe that Tori got wrongly convicted. So I need shit to make sense for me.
Starting point is 00:33:08 And if I was being just biased, I was just be like, you that's my man's. I would just tell you that, that's my man. So my man's, even if he's wrong, he's kind of right. I don't know. Let me make something up. I only want to really use real names. Do you blame it?
Starting point is 00:33:24 So who we put the blame on? Do you put the blame on a lawyer team? I think Tori's team got to take some accountability. Because here's the thing. You know why his appeal is getting hard. Why do you think Tori's team is making this big push Towards all this stuff they're putting out is for a pardon Here's my thing I think they need a big name with it
Starting point is 00:33:43 That that rep in Florida ain't big enough They need a big name with it a big name trust me To really pressure that nigger Like yo you gotta go pardon him You put because right now As much as them signatures is 300,000 signatures is dope But they're looking at this shit like nigga You know what I'm in just let's look how many people up in mom
Starting point is 00:34:04 fucking California. How many people in California? 39 million. Y'all don't even have 140th of that. They don't give a fuck. Now, we should probably say how many people voted? How many people voted in California elections?
Starting point is 00:34:30 Probably 13 or 14, right? 16. 16. But even then. So 16 million people voted in California elections. Right? 17 voted in the state election in the government federal government so 16 million people bro
Starting point is 00:34:44 300,000 like the guy like the governor's not even thinking like oh my god if half his base was like yo you better look at this this thing will be you be running and moving right now you think I'm telling you and as much as the hip hop
Starting point is 00:35:01 community like fucks with this shit you get to realize the bigger world bruh if if tour he got three million people that probably would do something he has he has 300,000 right now it's 10 percent now granted he's just getting started but i think this is why he needs a big name a rep somebody who is also going to put their reputation and their name on it somebody who has some power politically somebody that has some quid pro quo hey i need you to look at this for me because you know i'm gonna i'm gonna do some for you later
Starting point is 00:35:40 You get what I'm saying? This ain't the MTV VMAs. Like, I'm not saying a change.org petition don't work. But you have to be hitting at numbers that's crazy for a motherfucker like this who knows that this case to even look at it or speak about it. The nigga won't even comment about it. Because if he comment about it, he'll turn off the people who are support in Tory. and if he say something positive about it,
Starting point is 00:36:13 he might turn off half his base. So he's just going to keep quiet. He ain't going to address it. If I'm Tory's team, you know what I'd be doing? I'm paying people to go to all of his rallies, anything he got going on. Hey, have you seen this thing? You see what I did with Donald Trump's son?
Starting point is 00:36:28 That's how you got to do. Hey, Governor Gavin Newsom, hey, have you heard about the Tory Lane's case? It looked like he was railroaded. There's so much evidence coming out that say he's actually innocent. what's your thoughts on this?
Starting point is 00:36:41 You know what he gonna say? He gonna get flustered. They got him on a wrong shooting. He's a black man, blah, blah. You know what? I'm gonna go look at it. You gotta put his ass to the fire. That's what I'm telling you.
Starting point is 00:36:57 That's what Tori's team got to do. Bumrish that, nigga. Put it like this. Nigel, when I asked Donald Trump's son about it, nigger, he ain't known nothing about the case. You know what he could dig into? Well, we're super pro. Second Amendment, you know a lot of Republicans, they want to pull back some of the, some of the, the idea that quote unquote, felons can't have a gun.
Starting point is 00:37:24 It's not necessarily they want to have felons to have weapons, but they believe that it's a quintessential right of all Americans for the right to bear arms. They believe in two-way, very strong. Okay? And him not knowing about a young boy, he probably never heard of NBA young boy before I spoke it to him. And again, I'm not taking credit for none. But the point is this, he could at least dig into the, oh, it's a gun possession. Well, the way their ideologies, all Americans should be able to have a gun. So now when they have something that they feel people care about,
Starting point is 00:37:57 they might be like, we might look at it and review it because you've brought it to our attention in a public format. Right? That's, listen, whoever, Tory team got to get somebody to go, I don't care if it's like a town hall. meeting wherever Gavin Newsom is at. Hey, sir, all of these little woke-ass journalists, you tell me Gavin Newsom will do interviews with, like, look, I'm not in Cali, so you know, I mean, like, but one of the hour motherfuckers can get an interview with him and just bring it up. Yo, hey, have you looked into the- So you think he should reach out to Carson Tucker? I think
Starting point is 00:38:31 Carson Tucker might be the person. Yes. Yes. Carlson Tucker, Gavin Newsom, as he did the interview together? No, but I think Tory team should reach out to him. See, can they get like a jail interview with him? That would be the best person to get like that attention. Yo, there ain't nothing Tori can say right now. You got to get, this is the guy. This is Donald Trump for Tori.
Starting point is 00:39:01 You need somebody to bring it to this. Yo, put it like this. You know what shit started changing? He did a few different things. I don't know if you're out to be into politics because some of y'all just like, I don't know what should I be on. The whole forest fire should happen. Trump was on his ass.
Starting point is 00:39:18 They confronted him. They confront him a few times. They're like, yo, what's up, blah, blah, blah, blah. And he had to make some definitive statements on shit. You got to get answers from these niggas. Okay, everybody, you've been. You believe in or you become really tough. This is the guy.
Starting point is 00:39:33 Gavin Newsom. He's right here. He's the governor. And you create that muscle that allows you. No, no, but I just didn't realize. It's 890 medals and trophies that we know. know of in the last five years. That's a lot. No, so I'm going to, let me step back, say completely fair on the issue of fairness. I completely agree. So that's easy to call out the unfairness of that.
Starting point is 00:39:53 There's also a humility and grace that these poor people are more likely to commit suicide, have anxiety and depression. And the way that people talk down, now, here's the thing. And when I say shit like this, I think he's don't like hearing it. Y'all got to know what these people stand on. You see, Trump, Trump believes in gun laws. He's a Republican. You got this nigger right here. He's like a little moist-ass motherfucker. He signs laws to ban guns.
Starting point is 00:40:22 So when you're charged with a crime that involves a gun, he looks like a hypocrite if he gives you a pardon. Because he's making new laws to make sure niggins don't have guns. Look, Gavin Newsom. He's in gun laws. He's a Republican. Look, Gavin Newsom, look, he just signed what, that's five years ago. Uh, look, look, here we go.
Starting point is 00:40:44 And Governor Gavin Newsom has until Monday to either sign or veto the bills on his desk. He's been busy pushing through some new laws. ABC 10's Monica Coleman joining his live in the studio to cover a few of them. Monica? Hey, good morning. So hundreds of bills made it through the legislature, but only Governor Gavin Newsom can decide their faith. Some bills came out victorious, including a number of new gun laws, tightening restrictions and increasing protections for. victims. It comes as the state already has strict gun laws in place. Do you see what I'm saying? So he's signing laws that's making it harder on gun owners or people or crimes that involve guns. You know, Tori has an enhancement, a gun enhancement on his
Starting point is 00:41:32 shit. That, yo, it's like me saying, yo, I want to protect, I want to protect, uh, um, um, um, I want to protect I don't know Women Hey yo hey What who that Alice Johnson They already got Alice Johnson
Starting point is 00:41:53 Like like really looking at it now I think Because like everybody's all Been trying to get with the Speak to her specifically about Tory situation After what she did for young boy Okay And that's good
Starting point is 00:42:06 So here's the thing Let me tell you this Half of this is fought Young Boy never had no fucking change that org shit. And again, I'm not knocking. I actually like it because I think you do need people on your side. And this has been an issue that people are split on.
Starting point is 00:42:19 Nobody was ever saying, send a young boy to jail. So I get it. You need to get people on your side. You need the masses to be on your side. Here's the thing. Alice Johnson got the air of the president. She's moving federally. Here's the thing. Trump could get Tory pardoned, I believe.
Starting point is 00:42:36 But Trump would have to lean on it. He would have to start pressing it. Like, hey, what's going on in California? If Trump says, Yo, what's going on in California right now, man? Yo, you got people who are wrongly convicted and he mentions Tory's name. There's a review of this tomorrow.
Starting point is 00:42:55 Facts. But again, there's no incentive for Trump to do it. It's not a federal case. And it's actually helps Trump because he constantly shits on California. He shits on Gavin Newsom. He's beefing with Gavin Newsom. All they do is talk shit about him. Look, I think, like,
Starting point is 00:43:11 See, some people don't know politics. Donald Trump, Gavin Newsom. This thing would be clowning that nigga, bro. Look, uh, watch this, watch this, watch this. A month ago, Gavin Newsom called out of federal government saying, yo, where's Congress, right? Look it with Trump. Your Trump was clown that nigga for the wildfires. Watch it. Trump is all the other problem. Yo, Trump is a comedian.
Starting point is 00:43:33 Say we're not happy. And it's going to be very interesting to see whether or not they're going to build or whether somebody else is going to build and build a much lesser home. These were the most expensive homes outside of Palm Beach County. I see a list outside of Palm Beach. These were the most expensive homes anywhere in the world. And I don't think that I think a lot of them are just not going to go back and build it. Plus, they don't want to be part of a construction site.
Starting point is 00:43:59 They're building a home and other ones building a, they're building in front of them, behind them alongside of them. So California don't really approve permit. They have a huge problem with permitting. and not approve and building permits. So, like, you have older spots. So when the fires came out and destroyed so much stuff and people wanted to rebuild,
Starting point is 00:44:19 and they're like, yo, this has already been a problem where we can't get permits to build shit. People start leaving, start affecting a lot of shit. Chat. Again, this is politics. Like, a lot of times I look at macro things. You know, I cover hip-hop, but a lot of things is macro shit
Starting point is 00:44:32 and politics as usual, bro. Check this out. And this is what I don't know. For everybody who will be saying, whatever, whatever, as I said, if Tory you're digging, convicted in California, he'd be good. I'll give you a little fun fact about this.
Starting point is 00:44:44 Let me tell you how beat the fucking beef goes. Not only Trump wants to clown Gavin Newsom all the time. By the way, if I'm Tory, and I'm, in Tory, see him, I know they're watching me. I know they're watching me right now. You should use this. I'm going to give you this. This is free of charge, brother. Trump and Gavin Newsom goes very deep.
Starting point is 00:45:01 Not only is one Democrat, Governor of California. Trump is Republican. Trump lost Cali. Still won the president. I'm going to tell you how deep it goes. You don't want to see how deep it goes? Check this out. Paws, ha, pores.
Starting point is 00:45:18 Now, Paul, are you right? Big Act, academics, and I got to bring it to y'all level that you can understand it. Who is Big Ax sitting here with? This is Big Act sitting with Donald Trump Jr., the son. Didn't I tell you I went to Marlaga? By the way, this is his house. which is very close.
Starting point is 00:45:44 He's in Palm Beach, and John Dox. I can't go there with Secret Service to kill you. Didn't I tell you, I say, yo, he got a cool-ass wife. His wife made me, we took a couple of shots. He made us a couple of drinks afterwards.
Starting point is 00:45:56 His wife was actually featured on ones that Kendrick Lamar's song. I didn't tell you how that? This is me to Todd Mara Lago with him, right? You want to know who his wife is? Look, Donald Trump, I got to make sure you I see this. Because Donald Trump, Jr.,
Starting point is 00:46:13 y'all gotta start watching politics too we're getting grown people you can't just keep watching tic-tok but you're about to take that nigga's bitch hold on hold on nope nope nope no no actually this is wrong uh-uh what the fuck why did that pop up oh no they didn't marry it oh my bad oops sorry don't trump junior girlfriend my bad
Starting point is 00:46:35 sorry okay unless he got a new girlfriend what you do did they break up okay anyway I don't think bro. This is the this is the girlfriend okay I think she's a girlfriend or wife she's the girlfriend or the wife of um
Starting point is 00:47:03 wait I don't know I don't know which one is let me see the former prosecutor nominee okay okay but okay oh she was the fiance oh they separated last year oh shit my bad so they separated after I did the interview
Starting point is 00:47:26 okay my bad my bed my bed they separated after I did it I didn't know. She showed me the best closet in the world. They live together. All right. Here's the point. Let me tell you, this is the team. Okay, this is the fucking tea.
Starting point is 00:47:36 Presidential team. You know who the guy y'all talking about? Gavin Newsom? You know who his ex-wife is? The same woman. His ex-wife was the fiancé of Donald Trump Jr. If your fiancé is that niggins, if your fiance is that niggis,
Starting point is 00:47:58 That's your op. Come on. Stop playing. That's not your op. AJ, that's not your op. If your fiancé, would you be cool with a nigger? If his ex-girl is your girl. No.
Starting point is 00:48:13 Bingo. Gavin Newsom, the nigger y'all need for Tori. His ex-wife is her. Donald Trump's son was engaged to her until last year. As I said, when I went there, so you could tell. So when you see the Trump's Not fucking with Gavin Newsom,
Starting point is 00:48:34 come on now, gang. Do the math on it. Do the math. My son was dating your old work. Also, you're looking at it like, y'all wiped up my old work. It's beef. Also, keep in mind,
Starting point is 00:48:52 that nigger, you got to remember, Gavin Newsom. That nigga Democrat, you're Republican, you got all the reason to beef with that nigga. So this is why when y'all say like,
Starting point is 00:49:07 okay, my homie just joined in and he said Alice Johnson. Alice Johnson's fucking with Trump. Trump got influenced. But you know what? Why would Trump tried to use his influence on Gavin Newsom when they already got deep-seated beef?
Starting point is 00:49:22 Not even only for him. His son used to date that niggins girl, right? you use it for Tory and that nigga shits on you be like you despite what the president says I'm not pardoning this you're the president you know he should focus on running the country
Starting point is 00:49:35 and not trying to be involved in local law oh my God Trump is getting cooked of course so Trump ain't going to do that brother this is politics Trump ain't doing that Trump ain't touching this with a 10 feet pole now if it was a Republican state let this would have been like
Starting point is 00:49:52 let's think about some strongholds Him and the sands has been going at it too. But he probably has a little bit more pool there. If it was Texas. Texas? Yeah. Texas? Whatever Trump's saying, Texas, go.
Starting point is 00:50:10 He just made one call in the middle of night. Man, get that nigga out of jail, man. He only shot a bitch. Man, get out of jail, man. We all free, man. We got a party, man. Free. That nigga would have signed a party in the way.
Starting point is 00:50:20 I fear you ain't. But, like, Trump can still, like, Alice Johnson leaning, not maybe not on Governor Newsome, right? But leaning on everyone around them, I think that would still produce a result. Like, they can't ignore that. California can't ignore that call to action. If they start lambasting them in the media,
Starting point is 00:50:39 they got to do something about that. You know what I'm saying? Okay, but here's the thing. And as much as they talk about Trump like he's a dog and a racist, Alice Johnson doesn't have that power with nobody. You got to remember, most of the black communities looking at her like you're the token one that Trump picked.
Starting point is 00:50:57 you're like the Condoleezza Rice almost. She doesn't have the same power to lean on people outside of her position with Trump. And also here's the thing. It's going to be seen because she's so closely associated with Trump, it's going to be seen, like just like I did look at Elon as, oh, you're almost in Trump's, you're in Trump's, what do you call it again? You're in his administration.
Starting point is 00:51:23 They're going to look at her like she's in Trump's administration, which means if you bow down to her, you bow down to Trump. They're not going to bow down to Trump. Unless Trump would have to do it himself. He can't send a surrogate. But then when Trump do it, it's going to be a cool political play because they're going to get into a lot of shit. They're going to be like, well, you're going hard.
Starting point is 00:51:46 You're calling some parts of California sanctuary cities. You're threatened to cut funding. Let's talk. I'm not saying they would do all this over tory, but I'm showing you how these relationships are complex. This is why as crazy as it sounds, it's easier when it's just a federal charge. If Tori had a federal charge,
Starting point is 00:52:05 I think it would be out in a minute. I ain't going to lie to you. Definitely, but I think Trump going to take advantage of the optics of this situation, right? Because you've got to think if Alice Johnson goes at them. The only authority she needs is that people knows that she's connected to Trump, right? if she takes to the media and says, hey, California's being unfair, I'd like to do something about this, but this is state-level politics. I'm at the federal level and gets the general public involved.
Starting point is 00:52:34 Their re-election is on the line. I think that's going to push buttons. Sir, what's your name? It's not Alice Johnson. It's who she represents the American people. What's your name, sir? El-J. You didn't met me a few times in person, but every time I talk to you, you've been drunk.
Starting point is 00:52:48 Hey, that's how too, man. Huh? That's who? How too, man. Okay, okay, okay. All right. Now, I like the point you made. And I actually am going to agree.
Starting point is 00:52:57 I'm actually going to, you know, I'm easing up all of my point to agree with you. I do believe, like, I see her here with Kim Kay. I do think, you know, she could probably influence some stuff. And I see where you're going with that thought, right? Like, that thought. If I'm Tori's team, I would try to get that. Here's the thing, though. do you think that she would
Starting point is 00:53:21 you know right now she's look you know Trump said this is my pardoned czar oh my God her stock is up that's what I'm saying okay that's what I'm saying
Starting point is 00:53:33 but here's the thing a lot of a lot of times when it comes to these pardons and shit let me say this I don't think that Trump would have pardoned Larry Hoover if he knew there were no state charges
Starting point is 00:53:45 I think those state charges are going to go away because they overcharged them for the nature of the crime that they got him for in Chicago. The elevated federal charges that he got, you know, eventually. That's going to hold them. Like,
Starting point is 00:53:59 if those would have stayed, that would have held them. But the state charges, he could beat that case. He just never bothered because the federal was so heavy. He had life. Well, he got convicted for that case,
Starting point is 00:54:09 though. He got between, I think, 75 and here's the thing, though. This is all politics. Trump could have, Trump didn't pardon him.
Starting point is 00:54:18 He commuted his sentence. Which means even in front of a parole board, they're going to bring up the fact that he had, he had, um, whatever charges that were. Yeah, it's still a conviction. Exactly. They can still bring all that up. Yeah. If he had parted him, he would be like he was a choir boy and a saint. Here's the thing.
Starting point is 00:54:35 I think Trump knows the guy's agent. What he don't want is a nigger who he pardons to come out. And then gang violence goes up 5,000 percent. That's always going to be on his, his thing. So I think he did a solid to the black community to say, I took the Fed charge off of him. But realistically, it's still going to be a little bit while before y'all could get him out. And y'all can't say I made the final decision.
Starting point is 00:55:02 You get what I'm saying? Yes, sir. But I don't, I don't, nah, nah. So look, all right, if they lean on the, all right, Trump let him out, right? Chicago, local politicians will be more heavily affected. by public opinion than say a Donald Trump, right, at the federal level. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:55:22 Because even if, like, people hate you, you still control everything, right? But at a state level, that's not true. And your re-election is more frequent. You get what I'm saying? Hey, there's an easier way. At a state level, the public opinion becomes that he needs to be released, and that could very easily happen if the right people in the entertainment industry all swing his way at the same time, which I think probably will happen.
Starting point is 00:55:46 Because the flop with big meat, that's really an opportunity. for Piti to get in and capitalize. Hey, in two years or so, and it could be as early as next month or it could be maybe two or three years. I do believe that there is going to be an outgoing governor that's going to pardon him. Okay? Or commute his sentence. I think more commuted sentence.
Starting point is 00:56:15 And I do think he will be free. the only thing I was saying is that this is so much politics I think Trump did his part but I don't know if he would have done it if he would have walked out of prison today because Trump Trump got three more years of office
Starting point is 00:56:31 definitely not you're right from the optics perspective if now all the GD start throwing a party we back we might go crazy yo it's lit and then violence goes up Trump going to get cooked but at least now whenever he gets out it's going to be on
Starting point is 00:56:46 somebody else books, even though they can say, well, Trump was a part of it. Okay, now here's the thing. Let's get back to Tori for a second. I agree this woman would have been a big help, even though, you know, I get it. We got to admit she has some power. Do you think that she would take on this case? Because as much as we, I think, you know, my audience here, we love Tori. We want Tory free.
Starting point is 00:57:11 Definitely. Oh, I don't believe that's new. I'm the lead on your admin team. for your Discord right now. Oh, and some more stuff for you too. Yeah. Oh, I actually got,
Starting point is 00:57:23 later today, I got a interview book with Rainwater on behalf of the chat and whatnot. We're gonna try to, you know, do a big one.
Starting point is 00:57:31 I started a little podcast for the chat so chat niggas get a voice and all that. Wait, y'all bring Rainwater to Discord? No,
Starting point is 00:57:39 so we're gonna get him on the podcast and I'm gonna try to get him in the Discord right after for like a quick little one and two with, which you know,
Starting point is 00:57:45 all of the chat niggas and whatnot. I got to get it. and organized meat leaf and while they've been working on it. Yeah. So we got rainwater then and then we got some, I know you know about Big X, we got some stuff worked out with 600 people.
Starting point is 00:57:58 And if you ever get a chance to speak to me, I could tell you what we got cooking with the NBA team. We got something with them too. No, of course, I love all that. And by the way, people in the Discord, I always tell you, man, I think we built such an amazing community. It's not only about me,
Starting point is 00:58:12 we should use our strength in numbers, not only to support me, but to build other voices, build other platforms. That's what I'm trying to do. And try to help, you know, again, like, I look at the tremendous amount of influence we have. Like, I send videos all the time to, like, Grand. Like, people will tell me how they're like, yo, man, they'll be mentioned in Grant or, like, other meme pages. And they think it's me.
Starting point is 00:58:38 And I'm like, no, but that's our community. You get what I'm saying? And, like, you really, you could only be so strong being one person. So you do need other voices and other people that's kind of building up to really build a full city, you know? Yes, sir. So, yeah, no. Matter of fact, I think you like the post that came from some of our work last night. We was talking to Jen Lee last night.
Starting point is 00:59:05 And he said he said he wanted to do it. But like, you know, like money and situations like that, like, you know, people get to talking funny and whatnot when men, makes me get involved. Yeah. Hey, listen, anything I could do to help, let me know, man. But, um... Hey, Ag, you know, we're going to try to make it as big as possible. Like, I told you for your birthday, I felt like I ain't doing enough.
Starting point is 00:59:30 So I got to, we got to do more. I told you that on your birthday. Listen, that's good. And I'm supportive, brother. That's support. Um, yeah, so, when it comes to his Tory thing, man, like, if he gets Alice Johnson, I actually agree. And, yes, Alice Johnson is somebody you need.
Starting point is 00:59:46 to on board. The thing is, I'm wondering if she will take, you know, we like Tori, but there's you know there's a lot of people who are like, yo, I won't this niggas just go away. Like, yo, we got, yo, this is why people don't believe women. Like, they're, I won't
Starting point is 01:00:02 say it's 50-50 anymore. I think it's about 65, 35. I think it's 65 right now in Tori's favor and 35% of people still feel like, nigga, you know you shot that chick, man. You know? And the thing with pardons is that, you know, we've never seen a pardon being given to somebody who their victim is super popular.
Starting point is 01:00:26 I got to call you out on something, man. Go ahead. You deal with too many scallywags on a consistent basis, brother. That's why your perspective is like that I think, like, I don't think that numbers as high as 35. I think, like, most of the nation would be like Tory's innocent right now. it's probably closer to like 90% in favoritory. But when you talk to a lot of scallywags on a consistent basis, you're going to hear that.
Starting point is 01:00:52 Sir, sir, let me tell this. And this is a real thing. I got into argument, which I never knew I was hanging out with some people. I didn't know I was hanging out with a devout feminist. And I only noticed it because, you know, I hate, you know, when I'm hanging out with people, I hate when they're only just talking about like social media shit or whatever.
Starting point is 01:01:12 all of a sudden they said how the conversation go they were like yo I was just like I think I said some I was like oh shit I'm about to play playboy Cardi and they're like oh I don't like playboy Cardi he's a bum I was like why do you think that and they said I don't like
Starting point is 01:01:28 niggas who are like dead beats and I was just like so I was trying to speak to them and to be like listen why do you think he's just a deadbeat you know dad or whatever and they were just coming with all these talking points and you know there's a few things that that kind of came out and that's what I knew I was doing
Starting point is 01:01:45 a feminist because when given objective like you know retorts to what she was saying but from a perspective of a father and a man she was just like what? He won't do what? Oh he must be gay
Starting point is 01:02:00 like it's one of those things and I know you might you're probably going to say act no no you're dealing with a scally way. Notice it's a feminist. There's a lot of them. They're on Twitter. Yeah that's what I'm saying I think I think you encounter more than the Rich Bail. I think the
Starting point is 01:02:14 hold on. I'm going to be honest with you. I think the majority of women are adopting that, the majority of even regular women are adopting that feminist ideology that is being pushed as a reason why we're seeing some of this shit.
Starting point is 01:02:29 Bro, I'm going to be honest with you. Most of the real black women, like you go to the hood, what and that, you know, the suburbs, however,
Starting point is 01:02:37 the black communities, though, they're not jacking that type of mentality like on bars. Okay, I'll finish your story in like a minute, and I'm going to tell you who and what I'm talking about. Okay, so we went from talking about Playwork Hardy. And I'm like, yo, I'm like, we're going to have a clear disagreement. And then, you know, I kind of like ended that convoy because I say, you know, I know that man, right?
Starting point is 01:03:00 And I said, yo, I know things that you might also not know. And I, you know, I filled in a few gaps for her. She was like, oh, I didn't know that. And I'm like, yeah, you know, it's kind of offensive when you think that. But I understand you think that because you're a fan. I get it. then it was and I'm telling you all these feminists think the same about this all these same topics they're like somehow DDG came up and be like they'd be like this like nigg's like
Starting point is 01:03:26 ddg is why you don't date down and once I heard that I was like confirm feminist confirm okay this is bad I'm trying to hit the eject button I feel like I'm in like a fighter's I didn't hit the eject button and she's one of the of those people that in her mind and in her brain and in her world, like this Hallie person is just super out of DDG's leak. So then, you know, I first addressed it by saying, hey, listen, this new allegation of what DDG may have done or not done, we don't know these are allegations. I don't want to talk about that. I said, the only thing I'll talk about with DDG, you know, Halle seems like a cool person. But I do understand sometimes when women,
Starting point is 01:04:12 try to use their kids against men. Like, for example, when DDG tried to bring his son on Kai streaming, she was upset. And she was moving like DDG wasn't the parent. DDG was actually a babysitter. And I ain't go to lie. It was like a whole tirade. And I under, like, there's a lot of women who have that perspective. It's feminist.
Starting point is 01:04:35 I'm telling you, bro. It's, again, I know you might think it's not even women. Usually, I'm telling you, like, that killed the whole move from me. I couldn't really, the women I usually deal with, we don't talk about shit like that. But once they got a POV like that, that's a feminist. Like, that's a feminist. Trust. If you think I'm dating a bunch of feminists, you are wrong, brother.
Starting point is 01:04:53 But those people, they also think Tory Lane's is disgusting. They believe Meg to the 100%. You might not interact with them. I'm telling you as well, I don't interact with them as much. But I know they exist. By the way, while this comment, Convo was happening. So now I've defended Cardi.
Starting point is 01:05:19 I've defended DDG's right to be a parent. And then I forgot. Maybe we touched on another issue. She hits me with everything you see a feminist would hit. She would be like, be like, why are you saying this? And I'm like, well, I'm just giving you the objective other half of it because I think some of the stuff you're seeing, you might be on a shade room or whatever.
Starting point is 01:05:43 You're seeing it through one lens. You're not seeing it from a guy's perspective. You're not trying to be new one. You know what they said? You know what I want to ask you? And it's the first time it came out. I mean, I already got confirmation. This was a feminist show.
Starting point is 01:05:56 And she says, I just want to know why you don't like women. And I was just like, huh? And it was like the same talking point that like, hey, you have something against women just because you want to challenge their lack of accountability. You want to challenge either blanketly believe in them. You want to challenge, hey, men, there are men out there who want to be able-bodied and also be equal parents in a familiar situation. So, again, I only say that, I know I almost told a little story while I was saying it.
Starting point is 01:06:34 We could ask the chat. And maybe they're like you where I don't think we, it's me too. I don't really talk to a lot of feminists. but don't y'all don't look on twitter wait yeah do y'all look on twitter and think everybody's saying free tory it's not no no no definitely not but it's a vocal uh vocal minority though like like like like like that one tori to die all right yeah i think i think that's a vocal minority don't you see like that's an extreme she gave i want him to die you get i'm saying like i used to stream with uh the angry man tammy soda major and a few others and whatnot So I encountered, you know, that type of, those type of people,
Starting point is 01:07:13 but what I noticed is I never met these individuals in a while. Yo, you don't meet them. If you watch Tommy Sotomayor and the like, and shout to Tommy Sotomayor, you're in the minority. The majority of people don't consume all of the details that you do to come up with the ideas and opinions that you do. They're not watching a, the people who say, you like, did he think it should be, you think it's only domestic violence?
Starting point is 01:07:39 Oh, you just hate women. They're not watching a stream for seven hours. Listen to every tweet, everything said in court. They've seen a picture. They've seen a video and their minds are made up, my brother. I'm telling you this. That's the fact. But I still say that's a minority in like, like I think the general public just don't care.
Starting point is 01:07:59 Because like I said, I used to be on stream with Tommy. So like a lot of the hate. It's not that they don't care. How do you bring your name up to a gaggle of Scaliwags? Like they're going, oh, not him. And they don't even know why they mad at you. They just, like, think you hate women. But it was like that with him.
Starting point is 01:08:14 The majority of people, they make up their mind on a headline. And we are guilty of that too. We, like, it's impossible for us to really qualitatively consume every information in the world of everything we even have any type of concern about. So a lot of times we see a picture. Like, we see a, yo, put it like this. If you're hearing something about a girl, like, right? Even right now. Okay.
Starting point is 01:08:41 Let's say Travis Hunter. We don't really know his girl. We've seen a couple clips. If you see a picture of her in a bikini, you're like, man, I told this thing about about the wife her, the bitch is a whole. Like, we make up decisions quick. We do it too. What I'm trying to tell you is the majority of people make up their opinions like this.
Starting point is 01:08:58 They do not. Yo, listen, that's why anytime you have a qualitative conversation, they're like, oh, well, I didn't know that. Oh, I didn't know that. I'm, yo, there's some people they hate Tori like his poison. Like, for example, I'm going to give it another example, and I feel like I'm telling personal stories here. But back to the show.
Starting point is 01:09:17 So, you know, I was kind of like, you know, I was going off the top of the head, but I was kind of like, you know, mentally writing like, you know, a few bits for the show because I wanted to do some comedy. And in doing that, I was anticipating the crowd response because now I'm in front of a crowd, not just only the screen. I forgot that my audience,
Starting point is 01:09:40 who leans in a way that probably I'm favorable to because y'all love me and we all love the same shit, when I sat at the show, and if everybody was at a New York show, remember I said, yo, Kendrick and Drake, who won? I'm thinking I'm going to hear what the majority of people say in the world, which is Kendrick. The majority of people say Kendrick.
Starting point is 01:09:59 Nigger, the majority of the people at my show because they love me is my birthday party. they said Drake. If anybody was there, yo, it threw me off because the joke I had. I was there. I was there. But a lot of them, like everybody know how you feel about Drake though, man.
Starting point is 01:10:15 But you got to be real. I was the one in the VIP section with Waleigh that was yelling, you capping, you bullshit. All right, but that's you. But do you think if you go in a random room and somebody, because again, I was trying to do a little comment, if somebody says, Yo, y'all watch that.
Starting point is 01:10:33 Like, oh, y'all was tuning for that Drake and Kendrick beef? And people like, yeah. Like, who y'all think won? If you think that was asking a regular room, most people would say Kendrick, right? In my show? Surprisingly, bro, I'd say probably a 70-30 because they got some brainwashed Drake fans out there, man.
Starting point is 01:10:51 Okay, 73rd. All right, you say you're at the show. When I asked that question, who did people primarily say one? Drake. Exactly. Yeah, Drake won. Drake 100% in the window.
Starting point is 01:11:05 Of course your crowd is going to be delusional and say that dumb shit. No, no, hold on. That's what I'm saying. That's what I'm telling them, AJ. I would keep it a bean. I think Drake lost that first, but now the Kendrick fans, and I'm a genuine Kendrick fan. Kendry fans is dragging it.
Starting point is 01:11:19 No, no. I'm going to drag. Yeah. Yeah, you're right. You're right. The only reason why I brought that up. They acting like it's the return of Jesus. Yo, the only reason I brought that up, though, is because when you, when you say,
Starting point is 01:11:31 yo you talk to a lot of people and and and they support and Tori I'm like bro you're just talking to people that's kind of in your orbit and is like you I get what you're saying yeah you're right like it's like we're talking to my audience right like what what niggis what niggis outside of this building talking about yo I'm telling you AJ you AJ you know any girls that if you bring up Tori it's like it's like they want to throw up you act act I wouldn't even post free Tori free free certain niggas on my on my fucking Instagram because nigga I don't want to turn no bitches off yeah you definitely get on follow if you scream free tory yo hey hey hey you got to be a real one man because I didn't care what you guys oh that shit dicky you don't
Starting point is 01:12:17 lost the 20 bitches you don't lined up the fuck this week because that's right hey come on yeah I ain't doing that one yo and that's you you that's the only thing I was just trying to say And, yo, this Tory thing, it's not as like everybody's fucking with him. And that's why I think Alice won't fuck with it, right? Because it's divisive. It's even at best 50-50.
Starting point is 01:12:47 But it's definitely not like 80% or 90% in Tori's favor. Trust me. You might get that Joe Rogan and get the propaganda going. What do you think it is? What do you think? I think it's way lower than the act. I'm surprised when I see somebody that's not
Starting point is 01:13:07 around Tori saying free Tori. That's how that's how I'm surprised I am. You got a lot of you? He got a lot of support out of you, G. You got a lot of support. I'm not saying he don't be. There's more hate than his support. That's a fact.
Starting point is 01:13:22 Hey, I think I think there's more. Like all the bars are saying free Tori. My nigga Fabio said free Tory on that shit and went dumb barrow. that shit because niggas was hating on them for like bro like it's it's it's it's it's it's but if he says that now the perception is different because there's more information now a lot of people kind of seen what was going on aim shit yo I feel like the free to riley shit kind of green lit like bitches doing whatever the niggas and then have no like repercussions
Starting point is 01:13:52 after even though tory was wrong in that student situation I mean it's been that but what I'm saying is that listen yo I think yo I could tell when people like real chat niggies because like y'all be consuming just us our shit and and and niggins shit. Yo, we're like the head, like the only, yo, go on Twitter and type in Tori and acne. They think that I'm like just like Tori's PR because for us, this is like the safe place where it's even for Drake. Like this is a safe place where you could be like, nah, free that nigga, man. What the fuck? Man, fuck Meg.
Starting point is 01:14:25 Yo, go on any other platform, bro, other than my platform and try to find. and try to find majority people saying, yeah, man, that nigga, that nigga innocent. Try to find it, please. You know what? I'm about to test that. I'm about to ask my dog the Amazing Lucas to go and make a post and see what his audience think.
Starting point is 01:14:45 Hold on. Yo, bro, I'm on a shade room now. I'm going to go find a Tory post. I'm going to read every comment, nigga. You're going to go see what the fuck they're saying. Bro, bro, show that video of him getting stabbed. Bro, people are in there in the comments like, yo, we smoking the Tori Packs.
Starting point is 01:15:00 It is perfect. Great. The guy that stabbed Tori niggas made it go fun for me. Yeah, they didn't make that go for me was crazy. Like, really donate to the nigga that stab Tori. Come on, bro. Yeah, that's nice. And the niggas, the niggas want to them.
Starting point is 01:15:16 Yeah, I'm telling you, bro. I'm telling you. Like the guys is a weirdo and they still donate them for stabbing Tori. If we real, the people who think Tori was wrong in this situation, they delusioning for man. usually mentally ill women. Let's be honest. Bro, it don't matter if you
Starting point is 01:15:33 they mentally, hey, they mentally ill black men. That's why a lot of women because I can't mentally ill black women. A lot of women are mentally ill. Yeah,
Starting point is 01:15:43 you know, I'm on Hollywood a lot. The same website we just read and hold on, my opinion is that I think Tori got wrongfully convicted already. It's just that if we're
Starting point is 01:15:52 waiting for new information, like unless they're going to change the fact that a wrong decision got made, I don't know what. else we could do. Yo, I'm, so they post on Hollywood and Locke. This is what they said. Look, they said that's the same witness that was on the stand laughing my ass off. Say, yo, I want to get a better defense team. This one stressing me out. We've heard this audio. We know the state
Starting point is 01:16:14 turned, turned him on testimony day and changed the story. It's not new. Where's the miraculous evidence they plan to release in 36 hours? It's been several days. Somebody says, why he ain't take the stand on his own, though? Yo, if we're trying to take the blame for protect Kelsey, why are you trying to prove your innocence now. Then he says, somebody says, don't free Tori. Don't free Tori button. A thousand likes. Look, he deserves extra time
Starting point is 01:16:37 for this nonsense. Yo, look. Well, look at the audience, though. Whose audience is it? Bro, who do you think consume the most amount of information? I think society, yo, if your girl is all day scrolling on TikTok, all she learning is fuckery, bro. Trust me. And she's going to bring all this shit.
Starting point is 01:16:53 She's like programming herself with four hours a day scrolling and give it to you. Brother, I'm telling you, who you think consumed the most of the, yo, let me tell you, nigger, we're the biggest hip-hop platform and we're not as one-tenth is jumping as a shade room, nigger.
Starting point is 01:17:11 Women consume the majority of what's online. Bro, it's true. You probably right. Yeah, you're probably right. That's probably right, it's true. Bro, all, but, right, the biggest, the biggest new, like, streaming company, supposedly black, well,
Starting point is 01:17:29 It is black on a Zeus. All they had to do was appeal to women. Give them, give them representation and have them do some shit that they're interested in. Bro, they're not catering to men. Shit that catering. Yo, you know why? Bro, I know you mean a disco. I know you do your thing.
Starting point is 01:17:45 But after a while, you got to go work. You got to go do this. You got to go do that. Bro, you got a life. Bro, a woman ain't got shit to do. It don't matter. Even if that, nigga, you still got got shit. A woman don't got shit to do.
Starting point is 01:17:58 But scroll and watch. other women's lives and wish they were her. Oh, now I could see, now I feel like I'm Chrison. You start, bro, I'm telling you. Bro, Chrishawrack got 100,000 people. Yo, Blueface is a rapper, nigger. He rap, he boxed. The nigga do every fucking thing.
Starting point is 01:18:16 The nigga dressed up in Spider-Man and did a triple backflip for his son. When he go live, 10,000 people watching. Chrison Rock, all she did was fight bitches have a chip tooth, and she had 100,000 people. bro. I'm telling you, women consume the majority of what's on the internet, bro. I'm telling you, dog.
Starting point is 01:18:37 That's the fact, yeah, because most women don't got a job. They have a nigga taking care of them. They have none to do all day besides sit around, eat snacks, party and fucking while that nigga works. Yeah, what people...
Starting point is 01:18:52 These women don't support each other unless it's bullshit or fuck. The thing about it, you've got the women NBA. bruh and two the girl, Caitlin Cart came out, they were hooping, and niggins started getting involved
Starting point is 01:19:05 and watching women NBA. Nobody was paying attention. Nobody wasn't buying tickets until then, and they hating on her because she what? And got men wanting to watch the sport now. But they can't support their own people. Yo, I hate to say it, but what we have here is like a safe place
Starting point is 01:19:20 for, I think, independent thinkers and also men who care about certain shit that, you know, is clearly have a double standard. This is why, like, this is why, like, when they start talking about my platforms, they kind of lump it because, I mean,
Starting point is 01:19:38 we might say hard on thousands and shit like that, but I'm not preaching just straight red pill ideology. We just have a POV, and we talk about hip-hop most of the case. We're not talking about necessarily. Yeah. Now, some of these people that are in hip-hop dating and we might talk about, but we don't talk about it.
Starting point is 01:19:50 But what happens is Red-Pill, like, you know, podcasts or places and even what we do, They look at us that's a safe place for them type of niggas. And then the rest of the shit is hate. Nick on Twitter. Oh, my God. Yo, have you ever seen some shit going viral, nigga? Yo, a woman could tweet men are trash.
Starting point is 01:20:13 Viral, nigga. Viral. You never seen viral like that, bro. Viral. Nice effect. Am I wrong? Brow, all right, let me go to another blog. Look, the neighborhood talk.
Starting point is 01:20:30 By the minute, this is run by a gay man. But women be over here. gay man and women go to the same place. Bro, the audience, no, the audience. But I'm telling you, it's mostly men. It's mostly women that's running the internet. Yo, I guarantee, yo, my audience would be, like,
Starting point is 01:20:48 if people didn't think I hated women, my audience would be 10 times more, bro. I'm telling you, bro. Bro. Yeah, you, that's definitely a fact. Yo, yeah, for my show, like, like, half the first row is women. Half the mean Greece is women.
Starting point is 01:21:05 or they bought it for their man. Yo, women are, they run the consumer market. You know they say women spend 70% of money in the U.S. economy, whether they're spending their money or their man money. Think about it. If you got a girl, sometimes you're like, nah, we don't need that. We can do, your girl, you're going to get it for your girl or you'll let your girl bite.
Starting point is 01:21:27 It is what it is. So when women, they vote, they vote with their attention to. so I know y'all thinking that everybody thinking tory innocent fuck no a lot of these chicks looking at it as soon as you if you bring it up in conversation they're going to be like okay I know how you think about women now yeah yep for a fact
Starting point is 01:21:52 no that's a fact you hate women but it doesn't happen that frequently what I found is a lot of people that hear you out most people is just ignorance right they heard a sound bite they don't know nothing they ran with that right they trust the person they heard it from but a lot of people out there will allow you to correct the narrative with them.
Starting point is 01:22:12 You got up, man. Hold on a little, real quick. I mean, there's most people that I meet, but I also think it depends on how that interaction is going, right? Like, if they view you as young, like, I know you like 24, like some people wouldn't want to have that conversation with you. I'm 31, and, you know, I'm kind of. Hold on.
Starting point is 01:22:31 You get what I'm saying, so they'll have it with me a lot of times. Let me correct this one thing, and I let's y'all go. because I see, you know, I got my beautiful chat queens and I think I see Nikki up in there. Listen, if you're a chat queen, you clearly don't think like that. I'm talking about, yo, the people who have the most opinions about me
Starting point is 01:22:48 never seen a stream. Yo, act only go crazy on niggins. Oh, no, go crazy on women. Nick, I'm over here dropping addies to doos. I'm telling niggas, Joe, you're going to die if you do. They've never seen this. To them, they're like, we only remember when you're this young Miami
Starting point is 01:23:04 me and why you be talking about scissors like that? You're like, yo, what's wrong with you? Like, you don't love your mother? They've never seen me this meek little baby. None of them. They've never seen it. They don't watch this. If you're a chat queen, you watch me.
Starting point is 01:23:19 So you're the person. That's why sometimes, like, you know, I always say, like, sometimes when I get off streaming, I feel like I ain't do a good stream. I don't be having a good day because I feel like I got to go hard for you. Because I know how hard is y'all for me? Y'all got to argue with people all day. because if you bring my name up they're going to be like, man,
Starting point is 01:23:36 ain't not that nigga that hate women? And now you got to start educating them. You turn into an argument. Now it might have been a chick you trying to crack. You turn to an argument. You're like, fuck, I'm over here fucking up the pussy. But I'm over here trying to prove a point. So I get it.
Starting point is 01:23:50 I get it. That's why I got to go hard for y'all. But I'm telling you, my chat queens, they understand me. Every time I meet a chat queen, they defend me more than the dudes because they understand both sides of it. I'm talking about the people who are on
Starting point is 01:24:02 the neighborhood talk, shade room, ball alert, Hollywood and lock. I like them platforms and everything. But trust me, they've never watched a moment of stream, bro, ever. All they see is what they see online. And the same way to think about me, they think about Tori. The same way they think about Tori. Like, they have a few niggies. They're like, these guys are toxic.
Starting point is 01:24:25 They're misogynistic. Like, when I search my name from times, I keep saying I don't see mentions. I'll see my name in the list. They'll be like, yo, men who the world will be better without. I'm like, what? This got my name in there with Tori and some other niggas. Me, Tori, Andrew Tate. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 01:24:43 The only thing Tori has that's in his benefit, though, because there's certain women who don't go that way with Tori, he made a lot of songs for women. Like, they like his music because he made a lot of sexual slow sounding songs. love him so they're like, no, no, no, no, no. You know, we're going to be a little bit skeptical. But if it was a regular man, oh, hell no.
Starting point is 01:25:09 Trust. Oh, hey, you remember the P&B rock situation? Yeah. Stephen, what up? I know Stephen agree. He know what I'm talking about. All right, yeah, because we got, we, uh, we're doing an interview with, uh, with Southside later in the, uh, in the chat, he getting, uh, you know,
Starting point is 01:25:29 chat niggas get to talk to him and everything. Okay, okay, okay. Holy Yeah Man a couple of Chat clean Man I think one of my
Starting point is 01:25:41 I think one of my Compton because they got a little opinion about the Tory thing Yeah but here's the thing Our chat queens Think like the chat niggas

Starting point is 01:33:10 Listen, sometimes you're in a situation where your devils and your demons come to get you and you can't leave with your devils and your demons. You got to stay with your peace. That was Kylie Jenner. That was the one time you should have went against Dr. Umar. You know, you've seen these two black chicks. They over here ready to scrap and,
Starting point is 01:33:28 They were scrambling and scraping, ready to fight. They got guns in their bags. The bastard kid of Robert Kardashian or whatever the case is. And all you had to do was say, get away from me, Satan.
Starting point is 01:33:56 send them away and stay with Travis Scott baby moms and he would have been just fine If he had stayed in that pool he would have been good But I thought she kicked all three of them motherfuckers out Like I want all y'all niggas out the crib No She he told
Starting point is 01:34:14 He told Megan and they had to leave Remember they left Tori was still there And then and then after they start driving away They're like oh hell no Like this thing I think he's slick let's go back and get that pussy-ass nigger that's that's cop blocking in his finest like you know what I mean

Starting point is 01:34:48 yo Jaquan turn the car back around we gotta go back You know Jaquan was trying to because Jaquan knew to play he was trying to hold you trying to keep him for Tor he was like, wait, why y'all got to go back? No, hold on, hold on, no. Like, you know, Tori going to come to Uber. No, no, no, no, turn the car back. Why? No, we're just going to the hotel. I left my shoe there. You know, that's what Meg said, right?
Starting point is 01:35:06 She made up in a studio. I left something there. Yo, I'm not leaving my Louis Vuitton's handles there. Bring me back, bring me back. Oh, my God. You know what she gets on the driver's ass? Not the driver's like, fuck. All right. But he knew it was an ISO play. Tori told him. That's Tori's security guard. If Tori's security guard bringing two bitches away
Starting point is 01:35:25 And Tori's staying there You don't think they did a wink wink like I'm about to fuck the shit out of Kylie Nigger when I rap about this Travis gonna be hurt for life Trust Supreme I see who says you're going 30 for 30 You're in a workout no soda just juices and veggies

Starting point is 01:36:53 that was me who sent you that stuff like the paperwork and stuff the wax stuff with Nixie okay okay break it down breaking it down okay so did you see that old video when this explaining
Starting point is 01:37:06 15 year old girl that was with the crib homies and the thong okay I didn't see it could you send it to me or what do I think right now and that's what Wack is talking about and that's why I say it's a little dangerous
Starting point is 01:37:18 what Wack is doing because everybody already knows about that he's sitting here trying to play around like oh the stuff I got on him sending his old paperwork when everybody is it on YouTube yeah it's on YouTube hold on it's on Twitter it's everywhere everybody was tagging you to it on the community Nixie explains so stony are you from Cali no I'm from New York but I'm playing with my Nixie now I was gonna say you think that's your value you think that's you real
Starting point is 01:37:53 He on that ditty shot? No, I doubt it. Hey, I do believe the story that he told. Hey, by the way, do you know how to post it in the, um, um, this Discord chat? Um, yeah, send me, see, I'm getting it right now. Oh, see, they're tagging, look, they tagging me on the band. I'm gonna have to get you out on the phone with whack. You know what fact, whack won't say.
Starting point is 01:38:16 Hey, yo, bro. Let's go, whack me lying. You know that niggas. The house shots were like that thing is a shooter. Hey, when you want to ask, Whack, can I run a favorite? There's not a chat queen now. Hey, when you're going to ask that?
Starting point is 01:38:31 Wait, who's your joint? Is that Lady Chan? Who's that? Yeah, it's me. Waguan, Popcan. What I'm going on with you, girl? What's up with me?
Starting point is 01:38:39 No, I'm chilling. Do you know what? I just wanted to, well, they asked me to chime in. You see, with the Tory thing, could you just clarify, just quickly, I know we're just going back, but are you saying that,
Starting point is 01:38:52 basically, that the, the body cam footage that we're seeing Team Tories always had that or that's something new and they're pretending it's something new but they've always had it No, they've always had it. This is all discovery material.
Starting point is 01:39:11 Yeah. It's impossible. I'm telling you it's impossible. If this was new, this wouldn't even need to be asked for a pardon. They would, they would scrap, whatever they have for, new trial or whatever and they would
Starting point is 01:39:26 literally put it, their new appeal would literally say this was a Brady violation. Tori would have the biggest lawsuit against the state of California for having been convicted. He's been locked up currently for over I believe two and a half
Starting point is 01:39:42 years. He's been locked up for two and a half years over a, and by the way, this is a law in every state, every city, even federal in the United States is called what's called a Brady. violation. It's a Supreme Court case that says, if the
Starting point is 01:39:58 I could make something up. So if they said you rob a bank, right? And they found, let's say the only thing they had that they thought you robbed the bank is that someone was wearing a blue shirt. Okay? And then
Starting point is 01:40:14 let's say that day when they're doing the investigation, they found two people that was wearing a blue shirt. They found you and they found somebody else. They interviewed the other person, the other person said, yes, I robbed the bank. Also, on the video of the robbing of the bank, the person is four foot or it looks four foot, but you're six foot. They charged you, they charged you for robbing the bank and they use the video of, um, the four foot person. Yes,
Starting point is 01:40:43 the four foot person, but all they want to focus on, you had a blue shirt when they picked you up. And they never let you know that they interviewed somebody else that admitted to the crime. That was also four um that was also wearing blue that was four foot that's called what's called a brady violation it's a really serious it means it's a unethical prosecution of a resident so okay body cam footage it is standard and normal it's been that way for at least 10 years now if you get arrested there's channels dedicated to around body cam footage all of this body cam stuff not only is it in evidence it's in discovery So what happens is before Tori goes to trial, they have to turn over everything they have or plan to use.
Starting point is 01:41:33 That means Tori got it. So here's the thing. Yeah. I can't like, and again, I'm just being, because I don't want to be like, again, Tori's my man's, but I don't know to lie. Yeah. I say, oh, this is new. That means I need to operate and say, Tori needs to sue California because he just got this. it's impossible.
Starting point is 01:41:55 Now, what I think Tori's team is trying to do they're not giving clear instructions of how they want people to feel, but we're going to feel how we're going to feel. Why? Because we never saw what was shown in court. We don't know what was in discovery, right? So it is a reasonable conclusion
Starting point is 01:42:11 that when after you see this, you're like, wait, how did you get found guilty? I agree. When you see, it's like, how do you get found guilty? So that's why I say, I got to blame the lawyer. Either the lawyer, his lawyer, or I got to say the system railroaded him. But I can't sit here and act like this is new.
Starting point is 01:42:30 This is not new info. Could it be two things, the both things, the system railroaded him and he had really negligent lawyers? We had the lawyers. I agree. Because there's no reason why that noticam footage is available. And this is the first time I'm hearing about it with the neighbors and the body can footage. I can't believe that was in border after the neighbor was flipped.
Starting point is 01:42:54 Okay. That's crazy. So what happened, and I know some people said it wasn't presented in court, the statements were mentioned in court about what not only Sean Kelly said that night, but he had spoken to police afterwards. Those things were mentioned in court. Here's the thing about when people say, things to police or say things before.
Starting point is 01:43:22 Now, all right, let me give you another example. Okay, you just seen a bank robbery, right? The police show up. They said, who robbed the bank?
Starting point is 01:43:32 He said, he was a guy in a red shirt, blah, blah, blah, blah, right? Cool. That is really, that's really good evidence, right? You just experienced it.
Starting point is 01:43:40 You just witnessed it. Here's the thing. Nothing trumps you going to court and going under oath because the state is being there. So what happened is The Sean Kelly shit is real
Starting point is 01:43:53 Here's the problem He spun He turned it around didn't he He said He changed his What he said to the police Then by the time he went on trial Exactly
Starting point is 01:44:03 So now Yeah I do think Tori has a case for that To say there's probably some Prosecuteal Misconduct I don't know if he has hard proof on it This case would be closed and shut
Starting point is 01:44:15 If If Or not closing shut But he would be out If Sean Kelly said, hey, really, just like my initial statements that's caught on body cam that everybody had, I saw what it looked like it was a woman that shot. If he stuck with that and then, you know, obviously the case went out how it went, if he now comes out and said, the prosecutor scared me and said if I didn't say what they wanted me to say and if I didn't flip on Tory, they were going to try to get me on these charges. Tori's out. But Tori lost the case because this witness, and here's a problem, too.
Starting point is 01:44:54 And by the way, I've read all the appellate, you see, like, this is why I said, like, I can't play stupid. I've read every appellate brief and supporting information. You know why the prosecutors didn't call Sean Kelly? Sean Kelly said one thing that night. The next day they said something, he said something else. And they tried to talk to him to see if he was going to be a, a. witness that was going to be reliable for a trial and he said something else too. So he was having changing stories and they felt that his stories was changing via the media.
Starting point is 01:45:28 Okay. Oh, okay. So they said we're not calling it. Right. Tori calls him and again, now I'm back on Tori's lawyers. Just like how the prosecutor just sat down with Capricorn Clark, just sat down with this gay stylist right before. for just like how to sit down with Cassie right before trial.
Starting point is 01:45:50 Right. You got to make sure this person is going to back up what you think they're going to say because it happened two years ago. Hey, you said this two years ago. You're going to say this again, right? All right, Ben, cool, let's go. Whatever. The prosecutors in the federal ship versus Diddy did they're crossing their T's and dot in their eyes.
Starting point is 01:46:06 They're bringing them in right before, like right before trial started because they can't bring them up once they're sworn in and you can't talk to them. Independent. You can't. Like that's unethical. So they brought them in all in. that's why they keep saying, March, March or early April. The trial didn't start early April.
Starting point is 01:46:22 It started in April. So they brought everybody in for Ditty's trial in early April and said, so once again, this is your statement. That's what you're going to say if we call you. They said yes. All right, cool. We'll call you. What happened with this guy, I don't know if Tori's team didn't do it.
Starting point is 01:46:43 I have to imagine they did do it. but the dude changes testimony that they off. Imagine that. Tori would have never called him. It hit different for the jury when you're defending yourself and you're like, yo, I'll prove to you I ain't steal that niggas wallet.
Starting point is 01:47:01 I'm gonna call my man's who was with me the whole time. Your man's can understand and be like, I ain't gonna lie. I don't know if he stole a wallet, but I definitely seen him put his hand in the pocket. What the fuck? What the fuck? You can't say that.
Starting point is 01:47:11 You can't say that. You're supposed to say you didn't see me do nothing The guy went up there and he's Tori's witness And said he's seen gunshots come from And here's the thing This is another thing that people don't realize Like even prosecutorily, right? So not all of his statements changed
Starting point is 01:47:29 He still maintained that he still felt like a woman shot the gun Which kind of could agree with what Tori say now Hey, well a woman No, no, a woman was shooting at Meg Then Tori came in remember this is not about charging Kelsey too did you ever see Tori shooting the gun so the way the jury looked at it is
Starting point is 01:47:51 okay she's testifying that Sean Kelly's testifying that he saw the women shoot the gun and Tori shoot the gun right the prosecutor only charged Tori though and they have no interest in charging Kelsey so because she had immunity they gave her immunity they gave her right and that's it's just
Starting point is 01:48:11 It's so many things to that case. It just shows. Like, it's like almost like, oh, revealing a magic trick. Like, you've seen it in front of your face. You're seeing it over and over, but it's like a magic trick. And that's what I don't like about this case. It's too many loopholes. It's too many, what if, say, who could have done it?
Starting point is 01:48:28 The problem with this case is not only even that, right? There's some hazy, like, portions of what you think could happen. There is a political aspect of it, right? There is an aspect of, hey, listen, you know, and here's the thing. this is not prosecutorial misconduct because every prosecutor's office has what they call discretion, right? For example, let me just,
Starting point is 01:48:48 I'm making something up. Your boyfriend kills somebody, right? He calls you in distress. Yo, come pick me up, you know, something crazy happened. You go pick him up. You drive him away from the scene and he stashes something, maybe a bloody clothes in the back of your trunk.
Starting point is 01:49:03 Should you get charged? Are you accessory after a crime? Or do they have the discretion to say, hey, yeah, that's your boyfriend. you mostly did this because you're a boyfriend. Now, there's a way they could look at him and be like, nah, you ain't like that person either. You and your boyfriend didn't like him.
Starting point is 01:49:18 You plant the crime with them. You're an accessory. They're going to exercise discretion. So it's hard to really argue that because the prosecutor didn't charge Kelsey is discretion. But what we do know, because that's what they're going to say, is either discretion or the youth immunity, what we do know is that politically, they have an incentive to try to incarcerate Tory. They have none to incarcerate Kelsey.
Starting point is 01:49:48 And that's what makes it tricky. Because it's one thing about prosecutorial misconduct versus discretion. The thing with Tory is that it bleeds into politics, and it's in your best interest, especially with a high-profile case. So you guys don't know, DAs get reelected every four years. in California. Okay. So if you guys don't know, and this is why, like, I keep talking about federal versus state.
Starting point is 01:50:17 So a state judge serves for life, a district court judge serves for life. I'll break down federal court real quick. Federal court, so we have a Supreme Court at the top. That's the highest court in the land, the U.S. Supreme Court. Once they're nominated, they're nominated by the president, they serve for life. Then we have circuit court. That's the appellate court for federal court, which, means there's only two levels. If district court, federal court, oh, no, no, well, it's all federal
Starting point is 01:50:45 court, district court, circuit court, then a Supreme Court, right? This is why, like, when Dina was trying to get bail, he was trying to get to the circuit court, but once the circuit court said no, no Supreme Court has ever going to listen to a bail application. Yeah. They want to deal with a constitution. Okay, so a Supreme Court, you serve for life. A district court, which, by the way, the sitting president picks district courts. a district judge. That's why, like, for example, you know, and by the way, it should get really political,
Starting point is 01:51:15 like law really bleeds into politics. That's why when certain laws kind of, you know, they'll file certain cases in Texas that has to do with guns. And then they'll try to get it to the Supreme Court from the Texas jurisdiction because in Texas, usually the judges are going to lean super Republican, not only is the constituents Republican, but also they're in.
Starting point is 01:51:40 interpretation of the law is super republican. Okay, I know I'm getting like really complex here, but let me just make sure. No, I get it though. So, so we like when you get, break it down. So we have Supreme Court, they serve for life. Circuit Court, serve for life. By the way, circuit court are just promoted judges from district court. So it's not magistrate circuit is, that supersedes that.
Starting point is 01:52:03 It superseded from that. You beat me to the next step. I can tell like you, you're privy to this a little bit more. So beneath that is magistrate judges are, it's called intake judges. Magistrate judges technically get appointed or hired by district court judges. So that's why they rarely give bail because they're never going to do a case. Magistrate judges don't do cases. They do intake.
Starting point is 01:52:28 They do arraignments. They do bail applications. They'll do certain things, but you could submit anything to them, but they won't, they won't decide. Like, for example, in the Dirk case, they brought it back all the way down to the magistrate judge because the magistrate judge is going to basically stamp the indictment that gets you locked up. So when they said the indictment is kind of fake because they provided fake info,
Starting point is 01:52:52 they brought it back to the magistrate judge for Dirk. And then that person is going to say no. Then they're going to go to the, by the way, Drew Finland said it was on my show and other places. Then it's going to go to the district judge. However, here's the thing. Magistrate judges, they serve about six years if I'm wrong. I could Google it right now.
Starting point is 01:53:09 How long do they serve? How long does federal magistrate judges serve? No. How long does federal magistrate judges serve? Okay, let me just make sure everybody can see it. Okay. Okay. It's a renewable term.
Starting point is 01:53:29 They're appointed eight years. Okay? So, like, for example, if I'm a district judge, if I'm a district judge, I'm going to have a certain magistrate working for me. And by the way, federal court works way way way, way more efficiently and quicker. This is why Diddy is going to trial in the year.
Starting point is 01:53:42 By the way, this is why even in a big U situation, they could go to trial real quick. The feds are ready. That's why everybody but Big U said, we want to push it back. Because the feds are ready. The feds is not dragging their feet. In state court,
Starting point is 01:54:00 they might have a domestic violence situation. They might have a break in an entry. They could have little petty cases that really they don't have faith in, but maybe the resident wants to press charges rather than the AUSA. Okay, so cool. So that's federal court. So we have a magistrate serves eight years, okay? The part-time magistrate does four years, a full-time does eight years, okay?
Starting point is 01:54:22 District court judges, they serve for life. Circuit court judges serve for life. United States Supreme Court judges serve for life. Okay, perfect. Okay. Now, beyond, I don't even know why I even got to. into this. Wait, what was the result? It was me. You're explaining
Starting point is 01:54:41 the difference between the federal level, state level, and city and a municipality level. Yeah, yeah. So when it comes to those particular things, it's like you have to play those games very
Starting point is 01:54:57 differently. The difference in like a state court, right? Like when it comes to like Tory lanes, right? Yeah. Okay, also, oh, So I just explain the judges. I got to explain this next thing. U.S. attorneys.
Starting point is 01:55:11 U.S. attorneys are the prosecutors. So in usual counties or, you know, certain places they don't do counties. They do them. Like, for example, you have, what do you call? Like, Pennsylvania, they call themselves the Commonwealth. Like, Pennsylvania is a commonwealth. They have different, like, how they district themselves. Like, most places have counties.
Starting point is 01:55:31 Do you have a county where you live? Oh, well, are you from overseas? You sound British. Yeah, yeah, but we have counties. Okay, so most states have counties, right? The way how state court is broken down, state court, the highest court in state court is a state Supreme Court. By the way, the state Supreme Court also answers to the United States Supreme Court. So the United States Supreme Court, there's two different ways to get stuff to the United States Supreme Court through federal court or all the way through state court.
Starting point is 01:56:02 So in every state, right, all 50 states, you have. a state Supreme Court and then beyond that you usually have you know in what places that have counties is called a Superior Court so in Superior Court is usually the higher county courts and then okay beyond the county courts you'll have what's called municipality courts so how it's broken up is hey you j-walk your dog pissed on somebody's lawn yo you parked your car wrong municipalities deal with that they're usually just cutting deals there's no trials they're not to do trials. Of course you get a trial, but they're going to give you a deal. Yeah. It's low level.
Starting point is 01:56:40 Low level. Yeah, we have it here. County court here. Then if you if you slap your girl or something like that, anything that could be close to a felony, you get to superior court, right? They usually have an appellate version of that because everybody has to have an appellate version because appellate shit goes to the Supreme Court. Anyway, to make his short here it is. U.S. attorneys, the people who process, prosecute, right? So in these, in, in Dittie's case, the U.S. attorney is like Fonnie Willis. Fonnie Willis is a district attorney though. She's a district. She's on a stay level. Yeah. On with U.S. attorneys, they rarely sit in on cases. Like maybe if Trump's can charge,
Starting point is 01:57:22 but like other than that, they have a whole office, which are AUSA's assistant U.S. attorneys, right? So they're going to do the most of the shit. Like on Dini's case, there's six white women who are assisting U.S. attorneys as false case. the U.S. The AUSAs, and we could Google it, how long does AUSA serve? Okay. Now, those positions are like the team
Starting point is 01:57:51 that are usually associated with the U.S. attorneys. U.S. attorneys are, they usually serve like four years, or it's usually they could be appointed by the president. Here's the thing. when Trump got a member Trump took over from a Democrat president Biden Biden is the one who gave the black dude Damien Williams
Starting point is 01:58:11 I think his name is that indicted Diddy As soon as Trump went into office He wants all his people Running federal cases Yeah so that dude stepped down He didn't even wait for Trump It's kind of like a yo
Starting point is 01:58:25 I ain't gonna wait for you to fire me I'm just gonna step down The dude step down yeah So basically the new dude Who's the new U.S. attorney in that district, it's not him trying to prosecute the case. The case is already there. The last dude who got fired, that's his case.
Starting point is 01:58:43 But the assistant U.S. attorneys, they're running it and he could fire them at any time. Like, he could get rid of them anytime, okay? Okay. You know, AUSA is like they can get rid of at any time. Anyway, so here's the big difference, right? And I guess I was trying to get to the Tory case, and I gave a whole, Yeah, we was just tying it in. No, but yeah, no, you were just putting me up on.
Starting point is 01:59:07 We listen in. We listen in. So when it gets to the Tory case is that first and foremost, California is a California, even Los Angeles, and usually all big cities, no matter even if the state leans Republican, right? Like, let me look. I forgot.
Starting point is 01:59:25 Am I tripping? It's New York a red state or a blue state? It's blue state, is it? Yeah, yeah. Pennsylvania. I think. Pennsylvania is a red state. It became red state, I think,
Starting point is 01:59:38 on this election, on this election. It became red state. But it's usually a blue state. Perfect. Not perfect. Now, we think about federal election. So if you think about Pennsylvania, I don't know if you guys ever been there. Pennsylvania is a really large state
Starting point is 01:59:53 is with a lot of rural communities. A lot of places of rural communities always be Republican because they believe in lesser government. It works. Republican ideology works in smaller places. Democrat ideology usually works in big cities. For example, if you look at, and I'll look, Pennsylvania, 2024 election results,
Starting point is 02:00:13 the place that definitely Biden won, or not Biden, I mean, Kamala Harris, is going to be Philly. Like, Philly is going to be overwhelming that, that was one. Let's see, I guarantee Philly, where's Philly at? I can't tell. She did win Philly, I think, for memory. It's right in your back.
Starting point is 02:00:34 Of course. So like whatever, whatever, um, county Philly is in, I guarantee. Pennsylvania. Well, no. Well, sorry, that's the state. I'm not sure of the county. Exactly. So. Yeah. And again, I'm trying to bring it back to Tory. Same with Los Angeles, right? Number one, Los Angeles does lean, um, I'm Democrat. But when it comes to, when it comes to like L.A., right? And this is why, you know, again, it's going to be super Democrat, super Democrat. Okay, so cool. How is, you know, and I told you how aUSAs, which are the prosecutors, how to get elected. The way how, and we could look at it differs by state for state cases.
Starting point is 02:01:16 In some states, judges get elected. So think about that, which I think that's a conflict of interest because when a judge gets elected by the majority of people, they might have an incentive to interpret law like the majority of people who voted. But they're a majority, yeah. but DA's district attorneys for the most part they get elected there's only a few places where they actually get appointed
Starting point is 02:01:41 by the governor which is pretty much you know the top dude in the state but let's look at Los Angeles County because that's where L.A. is in Los Angeles County election results right and all elections ran concurrent in 2024 let's look at
Starting point is 02:01:58 election results we're going to see the guy who lost. So this is the senator. Now we don't want to see the senator. Okay, let's jump to not the senator. Okay, 2024. Here we go. The general election. I think that's when he got voted out. Not the senator.
Starting point is 02:02:14 You see me over here. I'm looking at it. This is how many people get voted for. This is why like when we only care about the president is like, you really don't care about politics because when you're voting for so many more people. So there's even municipal shit happening. Let's go to district attorney.
Starting point is 02:02:30 There's going to be district attorney. Okay, so this You vote for Sometimes city clerks You know city clerks get voted for Mayors get voted for clearly Yeah Sometimes city city treasurer
Starting point is 02:02:46 You see how many people get voted Yeah, that's a lot A lot of people don't know this About their own city They just think the president is the most important thing Yeah, sometimes like board of directors Okay, I'm just gonna find it directly Los Angeles
Starting point is 02:02:59 Los Angeles County district attorney election, right? Okay. So here's a result. It should show me Balladoppedia got it. Let me click on it. Okay. Now, it says what happened was George Gascoe,
Starting point is 02:03:26 which, by the way, Tories, you know Tories' argument is that George Gascoe, a guy who was going for reelection, needed a win to show that he was protecting women. He was against gun violence and all these other things. His name was George Gascom. He has been voted out. Okay?
Starting point is 02:03:43 So he has been voted out. So there's another district attorney in there. Okay? Yeah, L.A. and New York out there both having, like, I think we just got a new DA too. Exactly. So the guy's name is Nathan Hoshman. Okay. He's the current district attorney for Los Angeles County.
Starting point is 02:04:03 Now, Tori for a while, right, going into like at the, end of last year, he was saying George Gascon was biased against me. He was, he was, he really did this thing with his assistant DAs, which are called ADAs to railroad, right, which is a bot and I forgot there was another, I believe Asian woman. I honestly, I'm wrong about that. But anyway, those were the two like, theAs that, that prosecuted Tori. Tori was saying, look, look, we could Google it. Tori Lanes, Tori Lanes, George Gascom, right?
Starting point is 02:04:37 and look he wrote an open letter to the DA office but you got to remember Tori also claimed the DA was racist right he then wrote a letter and this letter was in 2023 keep in mind Tori has been incarcerated I believe since December 22
Starting point is 02:04:57 okay yeah 22 gosh so he wrote a letter obviously that didn't work you know why because he had called the guy racist at one point You gotta imagine if you call me racist Then later write a letter asking me to do some shit Right if I do it I basically admitted I was racist right because why did I in the first place right? So Yeah
Starting point is 02:05:17 And by the way this was the office at the time that did it Let me see if I could find the Okay and by the way they repeated that as well I think He was wrongly convicted and while We at first were willing to let the process play out. It is our contention now that if he is not pardoned or released promptly, he may never come out. And that would be the ultimate injustice is that he gets killed in prison for some. Okay. They didn't say it there, but there was, um, they had mentioned before that they
Starting point is 02:06:00 felt that the, the George Gascon, um, operated in a way, that was Look, it says Tori Lane's pen to open letters of George Gascon. Okay, anyway, just to make it short, he's no longer the DA,
Starting point is 02:06:17 okay? Now, here's the thing. At this point, right, because what happens is now that he's in state prison, everything that goes up in appeal, it's no longer with him in that DA. It can't, it doesn't even go to the DA's office.
Starting point is 02:06:34 It actually goes to the state. and because the higher court, as I've mentioned, the court system, right? Because he's in superior court, the highest court is going to be essentially the, what do you call it again, the law, not law sentence, the California state Supreme Court. And all matters in California is managed by what's called an attorney general. So there's an attorney general of California. that person responds only to one person who is Gavin Newsom
Starting point is 02:07:11 and he's been the person filing these appellate or, I mean his team appellate brief responses to Tory and I guess the point what I'm trying to say is that if you look at this politically and we could believe and I do think that Tory
Starting point is 02:07:30 you know just based on what I'm seeing there should have been more than enough reasonable doubt that he should have not been convicted, but there is a conviction in place. And once there's a conviction in place, you've got to look at avenues and areas how he could escape it or he could get out. Everything goes to one man, Gavin Newsom,
Starting point is 02:07:49 whether he got to change a heart, there has to be some pressure on him. And this is why, you know, after he was writing letters, Toy was writing letters to George Gascon, he got voted out. And by the way, shit, if you ask me, you never know. Maybe George Gascom, you know, you see, it's not an election year.
Starting point is 02:08:10 I'm going to give you a little bit tidbit. Why do I think Fawny Willis? Fonnie Willis would be like George Gascone. You know Fonny Willis, who chose to prosecute Yif and Lucci, wrote a letter on behalf of Yifin Lucci. Why do you think she was up for re-election? By the way, it's not that she really was going to lose because she was going against a white woman
Starting point is 02:08:32 and black people dominate Atlanta and Atlanta is the majority of the population of Fulton County. She... Black people, yeah. She wrote a letter on behalf of Wyatt Fennucci.
Starting point is 02:08:46 You know why? It was going to help her politically. Right. So here's the thing. The George Gasco nigger, Tori was writing a letter to him hoping that he was going to do what Fonnie Willis did for Yiff and Lucci.
Starting point is 02:09:01 Look, Fannie Willis, Y, Fennelucci letter. She wrote a letter for him. It was hilarious because she's the one who put him in jail. You know? Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 02:09:13 But it's re-election time, and I keep telling people the underlining thing of all these things is politics as usual. This is a letter right here. She wrote. I can read it. Pursuant to the parties
Starting point is 02:09:22 negotiated agreement. Hold on. Oh, my God. It's continue for free. Come on. What is this? Anyway, basically um
Starting point is 02:09:30 da da da da da da da they're about to do it again um they said Ray Sean Bennett should be eligible for parole um we have no opposition and they basically say we want him to let out let out of jail that looks stupid y'all spent a lot of taxpayer monies to put him in jail now y'all writing a letter
Starting point is 02:09:49 to get that's really that's sick that's actually sick well why they do that is it's election season you got to get them votes and if if black people think you're turning against the community because these rappers hold the significant voices and they have a stronghold in those communities that you need they're not voting you in no yeah you need to show them like no no no no no I'm just against crime I love the rappers I love the rappers so you write that
Starting point is 02:10:12 letter you get what I'm saying and I think when tory penned that letter Tori was hoping that the DA now the DA is not going to do the DA is not going to say my office made a mistake you're not going to get voted in like what yeah yeah I put innocent people in jail but if if if If the DA had said, hey, we recommend that we recommend a lighter sentencing or early release, I think Tori's team would have took that. And by the way, if I go back to Tori's letter, what did Tori ask? Tori says, I write this message, da-da-da-da. Today I take the stance.
Starting point is 02:10:45 I did not commit that, blah, blah, blah. On May 8th, what did he ask? He says, we elected you because blah, blah, blah, blah. I come to you today as a wrongly convicted man. I'm not asking for sympathy. I'm asking you to do what's fair and write in the eyes of God. God, if he had, it's no, the most the prosecutor would have done was say, hey, we think, maybe through appellate court, we won't put up an opposition to a motion for retrial and we won't
Starting point is 02:11:17 pick it back up. But they're not going to say we fucked up. And what happened is California is such a politicized state. it's one of the wokenest places in Los Angeles County specifically in America
Starting point is 02:11:32 if they let Tory out it's not about Tory it's about what it represents a man shooting a woman it will be open season that nigga would never get elected to shit again
Starting point is 02:11:43 reality okay yeah there you go so again I keep telling people yeah politics half of this shit comes down to straight politics so is it
Starting point is 02:11:54 so what is it So basically he's going to happen then. What, what, what are they trying to go? The new lady, the new lady that's taking the case that she had prosecuted and like trying to get elected and stuff. So there's Rep Luna, I'll Google her. Rep Luna, Florida. She's out.
Starting point is 02:12:16 Her name's Anna Paulina Luna, right? Let me give you a little background on her. So she's the first Mexican-American House of Representatives member. So this is the first, right? She's Mexican-American. And she's a woman, the first woman, female Mexican-American person
Starting point is 02:12:34 who's now served in the House of Representatives. The important thing when you see people loudly, because she's asking for shit, remember, she's pretty much in the Congress for the state of Florida. This is not a Florida case. She's talking,
Starting point is 02:12:50 she's talking to the state of California. Why is she doing that? All you got to do is just Google her name and then to see when she's elected and see when she's going to be up. Now, again, I keep telling you, if Tory was charged in Florida, he'd be out of jail. But he's charged somewhere else, and this is where you've got to look at it. Let's see. 2024. All right.
Starting point is 02:13:12 She won re-election. Now, House of Representatives, someone who's in the House of Representatives for any state or district or district in a state, they serve two years, right? Let me just mention right. House of Representatives time in office. I think it's two years, right? Yeah, they serve a two-year term. So they're constantly up for re-election, right? She got elected last year.
Starting point is 02:13:42 What usually happens is you've got to take a few big issues and try to get them to completion to guarantee you're going to come back to next time. Because the House of Representatives, they clear people out all the time. Senators, I believe how long, is a senator term. Everybody should know that Congress is made up of House of Representatives, which, you know, is like hundreds of people and senators, which is two per state. And a senator
Starting point is 02:14:07 currently, I think he used to be different, currently serves six years. So a senator is more, you know, but a House of Representatives, there's a quick turnaround. Exactly. And the President of the United States is four years. So she's trying to probably, it's a little bit of cloud chasing, but She feels this issue is an issue if she gets the release of Tory and it could be seen in the light of wrongly convicted man. She's definitely getting reelected again. Okay. So I think that's why she cares that much. You know, maybe she likes Tori.
Starting point is 02:14:43 Maybe she likes his music, but she has to pick an issue. Every house of represent. This is politics. You got to pick an issue, pick a case, and you have to make that your agenda. By the way, I wouldn't be surprised if she drafts up a couple bills, call them. the, if Tori gets out, she'll, she'll introduce a bill in Congress called the Tory Lane's bill with some type of provision that says, that would say if so-and-so happened, but so-and-so, yeah, this couldn't happen, X, Y, Z.
Starting point is 02:15:12 Exactly. 100%. So, you know, she's making this her project. And, you know, I would imagine, you know, she's done her due diligence. She's seen enough. And she's like, no, I think this is something I could, because this is going to be a career killer or is going to make her career, right? Or a boost.
Starting point is 02:15:28 And she looks quite, actually looks quite young as well. Yes, yes. I think, I think, let me go back to her wiki. This was, I think this is the first time she, she first decided to run in 2008, 2018, okay? She got endorsed by Matt Gates. And let me see, let's see, let's see, let's see, I don't think she won. I don't think she won at that time.
Starting point is 02:15:52 22, she tried again. and I don't think she won. 2020. Oh, never mind. She didn't win in 2022. I'm sorry. Hold on. Okay, okay, okay.
Starting point is 02:16:05 When's the first time? Okay, yeah. Oh, Donald Trump endorsed her in 2022. Yeah, she won in 2022. So she won in 2022. And by the way, here's the thing, though. What Tori should do is try to use her liaison to Trump. Now, is Trump, again, Trump is picking and choosing.
Starting point is 02:16:23 NBA young boy Young boy just got out of jail He's just getting his record clean It's not that you know If young boy shot five people He's not getting out like you know what I mean I don't care who young boy knows Presidents want to get a little bit of favor
Starting point is 02:16:38 With people And also it's politics Right? Yeah You know he could have pardoned him the first week He didn't pardon him the first week Young boy's out free now Yeah
Starting point is 02:16:51 Still think that damn you're wasted two years their life All right he has a clean record now Perfect. Right. He's still you still get the W. Right. Um, Larry Hoover. Yeah, we ain't going Let's. Oh, yeah. That one's crazy. We commuted your sentence, but you're still guilty. Do you get what I'm saying? It's politics. And he's still in jail, right? He's still got a service sentence, just in state now. He has 200 years in state prison still. Yeah. Like, oh, okay. Yeah, because the president of We was talking about that earlier, though. What they really did was like they, they, they just kicked the can down the road. Trump, Trump keep the ball to somebody else so that they can let to, uh, let, let Larry
Starting point is 02:17:31 move out pretty much. Okay. Well, now here's the thing. Let's go to Illinois because he got convicted Illinois list of Illinois governors. Okay. Um, so the former governors right now, uh, so the current governor is J.B. Pritzer. Now, granted, if this was on some like mayor shit, like everybody who remember Lori White Whitefoot or whatever her name is like you know she down with it like niggas run Chicago like Rahm Emanuel He only won because he was big budgeted
Starting point is 02:18:03 Like you know that's it His whole family has a lot of stake If you ever look up Rahm Emanuel That's when I used to cover Chicago Warren Shireck times I was like what is this Rahm Emanuel nigga How did he win? If you look at his whole family
Starting point is 02:18:15 They're super political but since then Let's look at mayors of Chicago right Mayor of Chicago List the list of mayors okay let's see let's see I'll see so right now the mayor is this black dude
Starting point is 02:18:28 it's always going to be a black dude it's the same with Baltimore Baltimore most likely Detroit Baltimore Detroit Atlanta is going to be a nigga that's going to be a mayor I live in Baltimore
Starting point is 02:18:40 that's crazy here's the thing right though here's the thing what a mayor could do is limited a mayor could not a mayor could
Starting point is 02:18:51 determine how the police force goes after crimes, if there's a crime that's proven, they can't do nothing. The governor, that's all the governor. So they can't pardon. They can't do nothing. No. If they could pardon, you don't think this thing would pardon Larry Hoover? Think he'd be a legend in a home.
Starting point is 02:19:11 He'd be a legend in a home. What? Larry Hoover. Yeah. If he could, if he had pardoning power, right? He would be like, yo, yo, pardon that man. You'd be good. But what happened is Illinois governors, they're all primarily white dudes because they're white, right?
Starting point is 02:19:28 Yeah. And also the demographic and makeup of Chicago is much different from the makeup of Illinois. So if you look at all of these governors, this is Bruce Roner. He was the governor until 2019. Again, these don't look like the guys who want to pardon Larry Hoover. So that's going to be the problem. Okay. Again, and also think about this too, right?
Starting point is 02:19:50 So right now we have J.B. Pritz, the Pritzer. He's a Democrat. Here's the thing. He's been rocking since 2003. Well, how long he's supposed to serve for? Is he supposed to serve for like six years? I don't think he's, wait, how long do the governor serve? How long does governors?
Starting point is 02:20:13 You like, Trump got a part of my boy, Dirk. I see, see, that's different now. See, that's different. He's interfed Pardon my boy dirt I don't think I think he still has to go through the trial right You can't get pardoned before you
Starting point is 02:20:32 I'm guilty I'm guilty you got part of my boy My boy dirt No no you can't So I used to think that too A presidential pardon is so strong You have to remember You could not only pardon someone
Starting point is 02:20:47 Before conviction You could pardon someone before conviction You could pardon someone someone to prevent conviction. Look at Biden. That's what he did for his family. Oh, yeah. In case I ever want my family, I pardoned him.
Starting point is 02:20:57 You can do that? Yeah, he pardoned his family for everything they did for like 15 years. So it says you would have to go outside that time range, which is only murder you could find outside that range. He pardoned him that you can't even charge his family. So I didn't know that that's a thing, but that is a thing. You could pardon people before you get charged. You get charged.
Starting point is 02:21:20 Yeah, no one man should have all this power. Yeah, types of pardon. Hold on. Pull it up. Types of pardon. There's a full or partial pardon. There's an absolute or conditional. There's a general specific.
Starting point is 02:21:34 There's a lot of different ways to pardon people. I'll read what happened with, what's my boy name? Or not my boy, but Biden pardon of his family. So Biden's pardon of his family, which, by the way, it should be on the, yeah, this is a dot-gov website he uh you know op ed da da i just want to read the pardon okay this is too much words okay he issued he issued a blanket pardoned for his siblings and their spouses on his way out okay um the family partner was surprised da da da he pardoned fouchy as well and um it was a preemptive pardon let me just google that Biden preemptive pardon and the explanation on that which i i've
Starting point is 02:22:20 never seen that. Like, you ain't even get charged, but he was going to pardon you anyway. And the final, Mr. President, he issued preemptive partings of several family members, including his brother, James and Frank, which people were saying, bro, if they're not committing crimes, why did you do that? That's crazy. Now, that means he knew something could possibly be up with them. Well, at least they won't be convicted federally. So what happened? Well, no, no, well, a, a pardon. Pardons are only federal level that can't do state pardons. Yeah, so the preemptive pardon affects state two. It does.
Starting point is 02:22:54 Oh, it does. How is that possible? That's complicated. I thought it was only any pardons were fed. No, because it's a preemptive one, right? It's a preemptive one. They can't acknowledge state charges, right? But what happens is on a preemptive charge is because most state charges could get rolled up to be federal.
Starting point is 02:23:16 Yeah, because it could be rolled up to be federal. So if the feds have said you are pardoned, that means a state wouldn't touch a charge that necessarily, if it ever was, you know, appealed and it got to the Supreme Court. Let's say he gets charged for something statewide. He could still get charged. But if they ever got appealed and the U.S. Supreme Court was going to look at it, they're going to be like, well, we're a federal body. You got to remember, every even state charge, the last appellate shit is. federal once they were looking at it and they were saying well technically federally this guy has a federal pardon
Starting point is 02:23:56 we can't uphold that the federal Supreme Court is going to overturn it they're going to overturn it right so a federal preemptive pardon actually makes it good now if if you caught the charge already right and it's a state charge ain't nothing they could do about that they got to let the state maintain are yeah that make perfect sense yeah so that makes it So nipping the bud kind of move Before it escalates
Starting point is 02:24:24 Yeah, let me say this What I realize And I don't know I guess maybe the older I get When it comes to law You get to realize This is like chess game At like a higher level
Starting point is 02:24:35 With a lot of money All of these people Like What's the odds that Trump Every time he talks about Gavin Newsom He talks about him like a dog But Trump
Starting point is 02:24:45 But Gavin Newsom's ex-wife Is Trump's son's wife or was his fiance. You don't think that's a little bit like House of Cardish? I'm serious. You're smashing. They want you to call, call Wake, Egg.
Starting point is 02:25:02 Yeah, I'm about to get on his ass. He thinks he got his little clubhouse on me. Wack need to chill. Yeah, call that pussywax. Hey, you think, you think Tori should sue his old lawyer? I believe that's going to be into, that's going to happen eventually.
Starting point is 02:25:26 He has to get out first. Hey, yo, did you talk to rainwater today? He said he had spoke to you earlier. Oh, no, I didn't speak to him. I didn't speak to him. The reason why, you know, the reason why I think he eventually is going to sue the lawyers, right? By the way, I think in one of his appellate briefs, I could look it up. I thought that was mentioned.
Starting point is 02:25:46 Let me see. he hasn't fully blamed his lawyer yet but I think eventually he is the reason he hasn't is that Tori still has to care about PR right like if his lawyer came out and you know what Sean Holly did was like nigger
Starting point is 02:26:02 hold on don't blame it's on me you told my all this Jay Z shit with me I told your ass your ass was going to lose we try to do my trials which you understand I say you weren't ready and I told your eyes take a plea she came out she basically just leaked the emails and she says
Starting point is 02:26:17 If you ain't going to go with what I'm going to do, I'm stepping down. You get what I'm saying? So you don't want to go to war with your former attorneys while you're still trying to get free. Now, once he gets free, will he sue? Of course. Of course. Yeah. But not yet.
Starting point is 02:26:35 Not yet. I think. So where are you leaning towards that? What percentage do you think he'll be able to be either exonerated or what do you think? What do you think? What percentage? I believe 30% currently and 30% on a realistic level, I think 40% if we want to be hopeful. Like, you know, it would be really hopeful to say it's a flip of a coin, which is 50%.
Starting point is 02:27:01 Yeah. For me to say that would be me lying. Like, I still think, you know, I think, you know, to use a football terminology, and again, this is like American football where like, you know, it's like fourth in, this is a fourth in 18. Like you're not supposed to make that You know, you're not supposed to make that You're supposed to punt the ball You're supposed to give up So but there's a chance you could do it
Starting point is 02:27:24 Right, so I'm giving him really 30% But I think you're trying to drum up public support And maybe more and more public support And you know, there was a time that Celebrities were really scared to say that He should be free We're seeing people now saying, Nah, free him
Starting point is 02:27:38 And hopefully that trend goes into people saying Not only free him They'll be down to speak on his behalf or possibly to say, hey, I'm going to use my platform to reach out to people that could do something. See, that gets it to the 40% chance. And, you know,
Starting point is 02:27:56 like with Amber Rose coming out and stuff with saying what she's saying. And if you're a tour, you've got to think over time as long as that trend keeps going that way. You're given 10 years. You're supposed to serve, you're supposed to serve like 70% of that.
Starting point is 02:28:15 That's what California does. The more time goes that where you're getting closer to that threshold, someone's going to just commute it or just be like, you know, because somebody's going to want political favor and be like, oh, no, no, no, we do care about Tori. It's just that, like, it's still, he's still serving within the first 30% of the time. So somebody got to really put their reputation online to say, I know for a fact that bitch line.
Starting point is 02:28:40 You know what I mean? Yeah, yeah, right. But that's what I wanted to ask. Do you think the, all right, So you said the celebrities that other people are now speaking up for Tori. Do you think what they're not speaking up for him before is because they didn't know what was going on? Or do you think they knew when they just played the game? No, they believed Meg.
Starting point is 02:29:00 No, no, I don't think they believe, Mike. Man, I didn't know a lot of, like... At the time, in the beginning, I think a lot of them believed Meg. They didn't want to be seen as like women haters. You know, no, it just... I'll go with you with that one. If you're not going to believe Meg and victim, shame. That's where they were going to.
Starting point is 02:29:15 loud conversation behind the scenes from day one is that, man, we know Torin. Shoot that shit, man. Like, but it became so overwhelming and Meg was speaking for herself that people don't want to get hated. Like, say somebody like Drake. You think Drake just now believed Tori? Drake never thought Tori did it from the gatego. But now it's cool.
Starting point is 02:29:39 You could throw them up on a story. Remember, Drake was even rapping about kind of alluding to the case, but being vague. He wasn't just flat out saying free the guys right now, you know what I mean? So I think he's just becoming more popular, you know? Yeah. So what do you think happens if he gets like backing by like a Kim Kardashian or somebody like that? I think that will start to make people put pressure on reviewing the case. Honestly, and I get what Tori's team is doing, right?
Starting point is 02:30:14 They just need a review of the case. There's mad reasonable doubt here, right? There's, again, it's not about like if you fully believe he ain't dude or whatever. There's mad things to be like, yo, listen, if I slap somebody and when the cops show, they say, who slapped you? Say, I ain't get slapped. Like, I got stung by B. Later on, you're going to put me in jail for 10 years because now she's switching up a story. Again, there's mad things that come out that that's already out.
Starting point is 02:30:39 That basically says, listen, to give somebody 10 years, which, by the way, they put an enhancement on the charges in terms of the sentencing, like they're almost trying to punish him, right? Obviously, the punishment because he took it to trial dissenter. But to give him that sentence, right, for what he's accused of, given the fact that there's a lot of, but look at this, like, well, she ain't say that then. This person's story changed.
Starting point is 02:31:08 Oh, this person lied over here. There is mad like, wait, this isn't like, I don't It's not like Little Tim shooting King Vaughn on camera Where you're like All right You better say you didn't
Starting point is 02:31:21 You didn't not do it Because we know you did it If you're trying to beat this You gotta just explain why you did it Right like you never heard Little Tim said Is it me really on the camera Like no it's like
Starting point is 02:31:31 Nick we know it's you In this situation We're like Did he shoot it And there was a point People were like Did she get shot And then
Starting point is 02:31:41 Her testimony is like wait so why so if if y'all never fuck why would he shoot you it's so hazy you would think that's yeah fake yeah you would think someone would beat that case i'm not gonna lot it kind of sound weird with the fact with the ring camera that shit didn't really like show nothing so i can't say it's on tory side or it's not but on top of that shit too it's like here's the thing it's it's not it's mad unethical to throw like 10 extra years here's the point where i'm saying tories lawyers is trash because it's like, come on. When you say it's not
Starting point is 02:32:15 on Torrey's side, but it's not on the other side, Tori's a defendant, just like Diti's a defendant. Anything that's the 50-50s a win for the defendant, you're supposed to prove that I fucking did it. You're supposed to say, look at that bitch-ass, nigga, he got a pimple on his left cheek here, and he got a pimple in the courtroom. It's him.
Starting point is 02:32:31 Ain't no way it ain't him. If it's like, oh, well, you know, a lot of people wear snapbacks, that's on my side. Nick, there's mad people that wear snapbacks. If you're coming and you're saying, oh, well, you know, well, the Tory, the DNA could be Tory. It's like, I could, now it's on my side because in, in criminal court, it's not on you to prove your innocence. It's on the, the, the, the, the, the prosecuting body, whether the AUSAs or federal government
Starting point is 02:32:57 or a state government to prove your guilt. Like, all I got to do is just say, I didn't, like, everybody's maintains the innocence. By you pleading not guilty, you have maintained your innocence. They got to now prove that you did it and there's no doubt you didn't do it. The only reasonable doubt. And yeah, the whole loyalty that he had and his actions about the whole not snitching, uh-uh. Like, this is stupid. This is so stupid. And that's why I'm just like, ugh. Yo, Tori needed Joe Topof-Petos. I do, but this is stupid.
Starting point is 02:33:29 Tori needed ASAP Rocky lawyer. Asap Rocky on the camera with the guy. You know, this came up was, I'm telling you, A-Sap Rockab. with a spank in this case. A's Rokke's Lord. Joe Tago Piel. I'm not going to lie. I was nervous for Aesatatatat to Harlem. I was nervous.
Starting point is 02:33:46 Is he? He got a little bit of a man with a motherfucking gun. Yeah, he is. I love this though. He ate that shit off. Yeah, he is. Yo,
Starting point is 02:33:56 all a good attorney. He spoke with Rock Nation, right? I ain't a lot of you. Yo, I'm a But you see, they're not doing a Rihanna. They're not doing a Rihanna.
Starting point is 02:34:07 May. Meg, the shit that they did with Rihanna, I think is dying out. They tried to do it with Meg, but it didn't work. The whole new celebrity, oh my God, domestic violence. Oh, no, no, no, that failed a long time ago. That failed a long time ago, but that hurts Tori too. I'm going to tell you why it hurts Tori. Because if they can't make her the perfect victim,
Starting point is 02:34:28 what's left of her career or credibility hinges on Tori never getting out. Whether he dies in that bitch or he never gets out. at least they'll be like yo it's not you know if Torrey touches road and it's like yo they locked me up for two years
Starting point is 02:34:44 like unjustly and this is the person and that was the entity behind it it's over right so you got to keep that nigga in jail got to keep that thing
Starting point is 02:34:54 like for life like you got to you know you got to serve the whole 10 you got to make sure you get deported you got to make sure he's out of here yeah
Starting point is 02:35:04 everything yeah well I'm found came out of me. I'm not feeling LA right now. I'm not feeling nothing about LA right now. Talking about Canada, you want to talk about top five? Got robbed real quick or you don't want to talk about that one?

Starting point is 02:37:22 yo, you know, they basically said, like, he's like LeBron. Like, he's, you know,
Starting point is 02:37:27 when LeBron was about a past Kareem record, they say, yo, top five by the past King Vaughn record, man. Yo, act.
Starting point is 02:37:35 So how did they get robbed the other day? Niggas got that chain on a greasy neck to greasy neck tour. He didn't get robbed. He was with yay, chilling. Hey. Yo, yo, you know what he said? The money got robbed. What are you talking about? Now, he said, niggas got to take the swastika chain for her to be real.

Yeah, watch that video. Yeah, I said that on Instagram. Tell academics to react to that. Hey, let me see. I mean, hold on, no, I think they just did a change.

Starting point is 03:00:16 Yeah, we got to go do that interview right quick. Oh, y'all go do your interview. I'm here. Not damn part of clothes. They actually look cheap. They don't look like they're seven racks. They look cheap. Wait, um, I've seen that you, it didn't say hood.
Starting point is 03:00:33 I don't like it only looks like it has the crosses. Like, wait, so you're paying $7,000 for a pair of like $80 jeans with crosses on them? Wow. Yeah, basically. I agree. You better wrong. And I actually feel comfortable, man. Yo, I would be mad if I bought these.
Starting point is 03:00:49 Do you remember? If I bought these, yo, if you guys are watching. It's really good. I cannot. But you may as well. Babes, but you may as well just take it back to Evisu. Them jeans that go back to Evisu. That, that denim is.

Starting point is 03:02:49 I think all that design is so crashbread. You can't go fishing and ain't any clothes. They ain't worth it. I talk to you. I rather spend the eight bands on some jewelry. Brang go hold you. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 03:03:00 I'm not spending no money on no clothes. I can't wear fishing. in hunting. Like, come on. It's a waste of clothing. We're not, we're from the city. We're not fishing and hunting. We're from the city. What cheap as jury niggas again for 8,000, bro.
Starting point is 03:03:15 We're from the city. What's that Chicago? Circonium? Yo, wait on. You about to get your face shit. You better. You better off here. Just going to rob top five.
Starting point is 03:03:26 Wait, wait. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. You get that $50,000. Real quick, real quick. One mic. All right.
Starting point is 03:03:31 They look like. Hey, Jay, you want, go, Mike, go on. They look like Capri pants. Wait, does anybody in here really have some... Wait, does anybody in here have some, like, real fashion sense that could explain to me how this costs 8500? I don't know how Kromar's got that popular. I know Uzi's saying about it, but why the fuck is this? I ain't on line.
Starting point is 03:03:52 I've been a hype beast for certain shit. I still buy off-white stuff. But why is this 8500, especially a jeans? That shit kind of started popping with Plybikari, bro. It's probably the denim that they use. Stop it. Hell, now, it ain't a quality? You think it's a quality?
Starting point is 03:04:10 But still, yeah, it's, it's definitely has to be higher quality. It's not just for the denim. Yeah, yeah, yeah. They, you got foam on your body in two different ways, Zach. Don't let that go over here. They use a, they use a rare, a rare diet, that's why. No, it's not. Nah, nah, yeah, you don't know what they're talking about.
Starting point is 03:04:31 It's different when you got chrome on your body in multiple ways. Wait, what? Just stop it. I got that chrome on your hip. You got the chrome pants and the chrome shirt. Oh, man. Anyway, there's still nothing that warrants to spend $8,500 on those. They look like some clown clothes.
Starting point is 03:04:53 Okay, what quality they are. They're terrible. You don't feel with Chrome hearts, but they're green. If it was wearing No, they're green fucking jeans Oh wait Wait
Starting point is 03:05:04 Does deadent tears We are not doing that Wait does dead and tears Cause a lot Right now or no Like some of the jeans They'll have 22 charred gold on them
Starting point is 03:05:13 Like some jeans They actually Put stuff Into the jeans besides just a pair of jeans Like Bumbo clots Yo
Starting point is 03:05:22 There's Chromehars for 17000 Nick I go Let me see I just said Some of them jeans Got 22 carriac gold on a I imagine
Starting point is 03:05:34 niggins in Atlanta say you'll take a pencil because I'm robbing you for your jeans like come on Hey yo What you mean a yo that's $17,000 in our Chromeheart's crazy That's 17,000 I just know that a lot of 17,000
Starting point is 03:05:48 I just know that a lot of 17,000 that's safe I don't know everybody That's wild No I imagine it's just in a wash machine on the motherfucking diamond. It's only the
Starting point is 03:06:02 drag cleaner. You can get those from China. Normal people are not buying these jeans. So when I see a normal person in these jeans, I assume they're the fake ones. They're not being there. How are you going to cop them?
Starting point is 03:06:16 Just act monthly payment right there. We know you're not normal. No, no, no. $1,500 on monthly payment. I mean, nothing. I just don't see the reasoning. It doesn't matter how much. I just don't see the logic
Starting point is 03:06:27 spending 17 grand on a pair of jeans with crosses on it. You know, just pay the monthly payment of $15.00. Exactly. It's like the... It's like the... But y'all want niggins to spend that on a burking bag. No, I think it's not one of my requirements. It's literally an investment, yeah.
Starting point is 03:06:45 I mean, but that's not one of my requirements. Are you all right? But I'm just saying, do $17 grand on jeans? Yo, does anybody buy shit like this honestly, though? Be honest. Nah, I got some of the... There are... There are...
Starting point is 03:06:57 Yeah, I can't afford that shit. I mean, why would you? Why would you buy them? Why not? Okay, shout out. How would you buy expensive a car? Why would you buy some expensive cars? Because a car, like, I'll spend money on a car.
Starting point is 03:07:17 I guess it's why not spend money on some jeans? Yeah, I like gadgets. I guess it's right. Why not spend money on some clothes? Why not? I like gadgets. Yeah, but you can spend $17K on one item on one item on. like nah.
Starting point is 03:07:31 I'm just saying what you got like that is nothing. If you got it? No, it doesn't know. You're not going to be worried about. No, but what I'm saying, it doesn't matter even if you do go.
Starting point is 03:07:40 Obviously, you have to have it to be able to buy them. But I'm just saying what warrants buying them? They're not. Hey, hold on. Because you want to
Starting point is 03:07:49 get some people. Hold on. Sometimes I want to hop out the vest with the Chrome, heart and gallery, genius. Just to stun some people. Uh,
Starting point is 03:07:59 okay. Well, Yeah, I just shout out to y'all. You know, this is why I realize I'm cheap at, because, you know, I'm pretty honest about, like, money and shit like that. When it comes to clothes, like, you know what I mean? First of all, I don't got no style. So, I look at it as, like, you shit. I go to Neimanmarketers.com.
Starting point is 03:08:17 Like, I'm a big spender on there. I'll tell you how much the most I'll spend for a jacket, a hoodie, a shirt, or whatever. to me like based on my amount of money I think I have me buying a shirt for like and I think I'm not cheap
Starting point is 03:08:34 I don't think I'm cheap I think Adam is cheap Adam is rich but he's cheap he's white I think me buying a shirt for like 400 500 is a regular cool shirt right if I'm trying to spend on a shirt or let's say a hoodie or whatever I'll spend
Starting point is 03:08:50 15002,000 what brand um obviously got to be like some i don't know name brand whatever whatever whatever whatever the fucking i'm very yeah like like like even like sometimes dolje gabano will go outside even my price range because i'm not spending four thousand dollars on like like i'll cut it there like i'm like because here's the thing when they when they tell you you got to spend four thousand dollars for a fucking outfit or like a um let's say a hoodie a hoodie right or a jacket that shit is so noticeable that you can't wear that for two calendars.
Starting point is 03:09:26 Too often. So now, if people take pictures of you, you get what I'm saying? Like, it's like, you can't wear that again. So me, I'm like, so I'm going to spend that much amount of money for one way. Yo, let me tell you this. I love wearing shit crazy.
Starting point is 03:09:41 Like, well, y'all don't be seeing the sweatpants. I wore this shit in the last time. Yo, my washing machine worked. So I don't wear this sweatpants. You go with those pro mar jeans multiple times. Nobody don't know. Nah, yeah,
Starting point is 03:09:55 I ain't gonna lie. I'm stepping out wearing that shit five times. Yeah, I guess so. I feel like a cartoon character. No, I know what you mean. No,
Starting point is 03:10:04 you need to buy, you need to buy stuff that you can wear multiple times. You know what DDG did, right? What? You didn't hit a DG game. DG bought it, bought like a,
Starting point is 03:10:14 like a, like a $20,000 jacket. Yeah. War for the music video. And it didn't give it back. He returned. I was just about to say that. A stylist would do that.
Starting point is 03:10:23 He said he went to the store to return it. He said the girl pulled up the YouTube video of him wearing it. She didn't accept it. He said he just went to a different store. Returned it. That's some real nigger shit. Oh, you could just get your stylist. A stylist that will do that, you know, grab them clothes.
Starting point is 03:10:42 You wear them, give them back to the stylish and she. Yeah, at that point, you might as well get a size. I agree. Joe Bunn said he did that one time. He said he wore some shit. He wore it on camera. He went back to the turning and they said, didn't you wear it right here?
Starting point is 03:10:54 And he said, he said he called Katteray. He said he was like, Absol in the story. He said, I can't see it. I can't see. I remember. And they said,
Starting point is 03:11:01 nah, we're not taking it back. Hey, no, well, that's why you get a stylist, though. But I'm going to be honest with you.
Starting point is 03:11:07 I'm glad, like, I think, well, I guess the people who are stylistically inclined, they probably have sponsors or like people send them free clothes. Like me,
Starting point is 03:11:16 I'm glad people know, I can't dress. By the way, I was looking at my vlog today. Oh, We're dropping a vlog. We need to help you out with some kids. I'm dropping a vlog.
Starting point is 03:11:25 I can put you in some group, right? No, no, no. I'm not trying to spend money. Hold on, I'm trying to just cheap. I ain't going to allow to you. Like, at this point, I just realized I'm like, who are you trying to keep up with?
Starting point is 03:11:37 First of all, yeah. You're not trying to keep up with the Y ends. And also, I think at this point, like, if you need, like, I'm not, I don't want to do that. I don't do clothes. I'm good. I'll take the L. I mean, I see this girl's like cap, you know, she's
Starting point is 03:11:53 You don't know the way of housewife, but you go start wearing a little bit of different colors. That's what I was thinking. It's crazy though, because I don't why in is beginning. They should have gray. No, at lights to wear the dark colors. I mean, I know he loves black. Yeah, I'm fact. Hold on.
Starting point is 03:12:05 I ain't going to. I mean, you know, you turn it holes to housewife? I just think it's, I'm going to hold you, though. I'm going to tell you how. It's normal night. Just night tech trackies. Like, it's not that deep. Like, it doesn't have to be like things.
Starting point is 03:12:19 Yeah, I know you're going to say that. Here's the truth. Yeah, just normal. Yo, nobody knows this because y'all have seen me some of mirror shit. I have never bought a mirror in my day in my life. I think my ex, which I all hate, she had bought me some shit for my birthday. Probably with my money, right? Since it depends 20 bands.
Starting point is 03:12:38 Anyway, she bought me some of a merry shit, and I just keep wearing that. I don't buy shit like that. Like, to keep it real, anytime I got to go do like a public appearance, I'm like, look in my closet. like, what happened I wore? And I'm like, I wore kind of everything. I need to go shopping. Yeah, you might need to go shopping. Yeah.
Starting point is 03:12:56 Or, but for those types of things, that's where you get a stylus in for that, just for that specific thing. The thing with a stylist, okay, let's go back to my hypebees video, right? I think it was hypebees. I paid a stylist for that. Yo, I didn't keep none of the clothes. They took it back. I want to keep it.
Starting point is 03:13:11 Yeah, they take it back. No, you can't keep them. That's the whole point. Yo, I don't want no clothes like, you know, I'll be itching. my balls like my dick swinging in there and then I got to give it back I want to be able to wear it wait so you got wait so you got to pay the stylist to buy the clothes and then they take clothes yeah because all she does is awesome they keep the money yeah it does it's not a finesse because it's they just they just pull clothes from for the thing that you need them to do so if you wanted
Starting point is 03:13:39 to wear these jeans these seven grand jeans obviously you wouldn't pay your stylist 17 grand to pull the jeans. You'd pay the stylist probably like $1,000 and she'd pull you, people which you'd pull from different boutiques and stuff like that. And they'd be like, she'd be like, I'm fitting for DJ academics. So she'd just go out and they would be like, here, give them here, give them this, give them this. And he'd have like four different outfits to choose from for about $1,000, $2,000.
Starting point is 03:14:07 And basically, you basically rented for a day. And they have to bring about, like, for example, for my arm, I think height. Beast video like they brought me it was some new Dior shoes and I like they put mad tape on the bottom of it because they're like we got to return to give them back and I was just what and they were like yo just you're the stylist was this gay dude no no did he they were like you can't walk too heavy and I'm like yo I got fat feet I'm fat and I was like you gotta be careful and then I was just like
Starting point is 03:14:37 so they was tell me about the creases I could increase the boot But sometimes it depends. You can you can buy the stuff and say, you know what? I really like this piece. That's what I did. Are you a stylist or do you know a lot about this? Oh,
Starting point is 03:14:53 I'm from music as well. Okay. And, yeah, on this side. So I remember I bought those. So I still have them. I bought the Dior's I wore in the, I think, hypebees video. And I was just like,
Starting point is 03:15:04 because it felt so comfortable. That video, I haven't seen it. I don't know what video are you talking about. Oh, it's right here. Well, I'm going to Google it. Yo, act, I ain't gonna hold you, bro. I ain't gonna hold you, at. My girl, buy my clothes.
Starting point is 03:15:18 Word! That's the best thing. That's a couple. I got time for that shit, bro. Some men have a lot, you know, some men have feminine ways so they know how to dress. But some men... Are you saying if you know how to dress you're feminine? Let's see this video.
Starting point is 03:15:35 The one time she told me to buy my clothes, bro. I went to the Nike store. I got the, I got the red, the red. jacket with the with the red pants and that was it bro oh yeah now everything in here was styled oh no no no no no it's not even this video it's the second photo for everyday struggle yes whatever the second photo shoot is oh i still use ages ago i know but i use the stylis just then what the fuck i'm gangster i'm like yo young thugs said it he said i don't need no stylish she's just out of my clothes i'm like i bet man
Starting point is 03:16:11 All right. Yo. There was this one outfit I like to me. When you did the TMZ interview, and you had on the red and black, I did like that outfit. No, no. Yo, so, so, oh my God,
Starting point is 03:16:23 I got to go find my, just get a stylist act for when it's those, yeah, for the spot things that you're looking up to a pair of. That gay dude? That gay dude, like he style me pretty good, pause. Yeah. Like, he was good. You can get a female.
Starting point is 03:16:36 You can get a female stylist. His name was Marty. Marty. What's his? the name. I think I follow him. And by the fall of people who think I'm homoformic, I'm not, because my size was gay for there, and I hired him for my music video.
Starting point is 03:16:49 The nigga was good. And he wasn't weird. I'm, trust me. He was not weird. This nigga's nice. Just hopefully he's not on the stand tomorrow, um, tomorrow on D D. Say, yes.
Starting point is 03:17:05 You're covering this Ditty case. This is not a fit for a right. You're a real nigga. You're a part of from mad people. This is the dude right here. He probably won't go out of pisses of me because I'm probably the least- Let me say. Yeah, look, he's off all these dudes. Yeah, he's good. He's good. Look. You heard me ask? What, what he said? I said, you doing this ditty case, does it not affect your mind at night?
Starting point is 03:17:25 I mean, everything I cover, no, everything I cover always, like, affects me. I ain't a lot like, you know what I mean? Because I'm thinking about this, like, God damn it. I usually, like, I ain't allowed to you sometimes with like, um, like, there's certain parts of the case that is like toxic and like I've been in toxic situations and I'll be thinking about it. But you know, like I'm really, you know, I'm pretty transparent and I'm like honest with, you know, like all the time, even when I did a Warren Shy racker, I covered like early rap or whatever. It always affected my life. It's, it's, I'm not the person that'd be like, I just check in here and just, no, I kind of, I can, when I get off of this, I watch more content. Like, say,
Starting point is 03:18:03 like, yesterday I got in my pool. I'm like, I'm still listening to content. You know what I'm I listen to the podcast. So it's all in my life. So for me to say I don't get affected, it's like, that would be cap. All right. I would probably have to scroll all the way down. I think that's not, I fucking.
Starting point is 03:18:17 You're at the bottom. I'd be like so. I don't think he got me up there. Not emotional about certain things, but I'll be thinking about certain stuff. And then I go down the rabbit hole. Like, I'm not going to cap with you. I definitely,
Starting point is 03:18:29 oh, you style, even this motherfucking bitch that nigga. I like it. Yo, you know, I be honest with you, that's fool fuss. I remember.
Starting point is 03:18:37 having to report X's passing and I was crying the entire time like I cry it took me so long because I was crying but at least that time there was no video so nobody could see my face but like there's like mad takes of just I couldn't speak really
Starting point is 03:18:52 hip hop is my life like I was in Florida when that happened that shit was I was literally like 15 minutes away from that shit it was crazy Florida was sick at like that whole day it felt somber yeah all this is my life like I was literally in Miami when that happened.
Starting point is 03:19:08 I don't treat this like... Yeah, I don't treat this like... Hey, oh, at. He pulls some good clothes. I don't know who the people are, but I'm just looking at the fits. Some decent fits. Y, I probably got to scroll all the way to go.
Starting point is 03:19:24 Hey, hey, can you peep on VC chat and see what I wrote in there real quick? You could probably... Okay, okay, good. Because, yeah, that's kind of... You might need to tell one of your moms to take care of that. Walee, I got it.
Starting point is 03:19:38 I got you already. I've seen your message just now. I was being pressed out. I was being called Amad. I told them I'm not a mod on Twitter. Yeah. Well, you'd have to go back like many years ago. Back to, I think it was 2020.
Starting point is 03:19:55 Yeah. 2020? I don't know if he got no pictures of me, but. Maybe Google him. Well, no, I got the pictures. Like, because I save them, I still use them. Oh. That's what I'm talking about.
Starting point is 03:20:09 Yes. Now he's him in him with his fit. The thing was fire. You still fucking use him. Five years later. I'm still using these pictures. Yeah. I got to hire his ass again.
Starting point is 03:20:21 I'm just looking at. Oh, man. Shout to this boy, man. Shout to this nigga, man. I ain't going to lie to you. Oh, there you are. I can't be homophobic. I love, like, that this thing was popping.
Starting point is 03:20:32 I love a drippy game. That look. Yeah, that fit. See, that's a nice fit. Nah, no, he had me good. And by the way, Yeah, that's not bad. Yeah, so we sat down, like, so Complex brought him in.
Starting point is 03:20:44 We sat down and he looked at my Instagram pitch and we talked to him and he just came up with a fit and I was just like, I think he did Wayno too. Oh, he did, right here. Yeah, he did Wayno. Yeah, they brought him in for, I forgot what episode this was. Sluo to that, nigga, man. And he-
Starting point is 03:21:02 What size feet are you? They look, his feet look small. Hell no. This is not playing me, girl. I'm size 11 and a half. I call it 12. Really? What?
Starting point is 03:21:12 Of course. Your foot, Biggie? Come on, yo. I won't, I think you know. All right. No way. I asked. What?
Starting point is 03:21:19 I can't believe you got a big foot. What do you think I got like with them little small feet? Yo, you know, I thought you were like a nine. I thought you were like a nine 10 maybe. I thought you're going to be about nine. Yeah. You're lying.
Starting point is 03:21:32 What? Yeah, about nine. Act, you're like five nine. So you're going to, I thought you're not that tall, guy. Yeah, yeah, hold on. Look at what your tallow are. Isn't me? So I'm of three boys, my other two brothers.
Starting point is 03:21:45 One is six one and one is six two or six one. Probably the same. I'm the only one under six foot, but they got big ass feet. They're like size 14, size 14 and size 13. Oh, shit. Yeah. That's ridiculous. Yeah.
Starting point is 03:21:59 No one is my big feet, man. Don't believe the road. That's what I wear a 13. That's normal. What you mean? No, but what's your height? I'm 6-4 Yeah, well, that's the difference
Starting point is 03:22:11 X-4 Remember? That's why I was saying His feet is big For his face I thought I was like little Like little small-ass feet Nicket type shit
Starting point is 03:22:21 No, I just thought Like what My girl said like Size 9, maybe a 10 Listen, all y'all need to know I could palm a basketball That's a fact I got big feet
Starting point is 03:22:33 And whatever else I want to think Do not believe the rumors No Anyway, I don't know. It can work both ways. Oh, my God. You're Jamaican, so it makes sense.
Starting point is 03:22:45 Jami, I'm not doing. Yo, yo. Okay, okay, okay. No, but anyway, I'm going to lie to style. He didn't have me right. You did I mean right, though, still. Did that me right? Look, I was good.
Starting point is 03:23:00 Yo, so y'all thinking I should hire a styles where I could do myself. Oh, look at even this. No, hire a stylist. Just for hire a stylist. Yo, he the only niggian stylist. that well you know I had complex hired the barb but I had to take the hat off of this one I said hold on man niggas thought that's the hair line popping should we go stylist or should I do like young thug
Starting point is 03:23:18 I'm gonna style myself no because you can't do it yourself on a regular day but events yeah yeah yeah I don't think I'm stylish yeah I got drip you need a stylist only oh yeah okay okay okay especially like this just a suit and so I'm not gonna lie with at your brother's wedding you did step I go all that that suit was clean Very clean. Every day I'm a step-hot, me clean. Okay. They picked out.
Starting point is 03:23:44 They're clean. No, no, that was not me. I'm in the bridal party or no, the groom part, whatever that's called. So they picked that. So, like, all I had to do was I showed her somewhere. They just wear it. Yeah, and this, whatever. They picked it, you wore it.
Starting point is 03:23:59 That's what stylist do, acts. I just get a fine. They pick it, you wear it, you know. Okay. I might have to fuck around. Yeah, and they'll bring you like four different things though. Okay, but do y'all want to see me in the chrome art jeans or not? Let me know the $30,000 jeans.
Starting point is 03:24:18 No, we don't need them. Not them clown ones, not them green ones. Don't they'll see you in them. If you put on a different color, then that's fine. But, you don't really need the plummy. Like you stay, it's not like one of them guys. Is AJ here? There's other jeans.
Starting point is 03:24:31 Yeah, yeah, Kat, some of them, um, cop some of them extra long-ass jeans that be bought up at the bottom. You know what I'm talking about? Nah, but I'm a trip over it. Like, bro, I'm not that coordinated, right? I ain't allowed to you. Nah, it'd be,
Starting point is 03:24:42 it'd be, like, it'd be like bundled up at the bottom. You know what I'm saying? That's what the YN's wearing now, bro. Nah, I can't, I mean,
Starting point is 03:24:49 I can't wear YN fit, but I just, you just want normal. Snap up. Snap, I told you, I'm realizing, I need to transition into big bro,
Starting point is 03:25:00 which is before Unk era, gracefully. I can't be chasing. Soon, unc status. Yeah. I'm one of them niggies. Y'all have seen me.
Starting point is 03:25:08 Y'all have seen me at every, like, I'm so glad y'all have seen the last 10, 15 years in my life. I don't have to keep, like, trying to be something I'm not. I was that already. Let's just grow gracefully. Imagine if y'all was seeing me, like, trying to be a Y, and you'd be like, you're like, you, this thing is goofy and shit. I would hate it. It looked, yeah.
Starting point is 03:25:29 Don't, yeah. Don't you don't do that. And there goes something in the chest of the stat jeans. Yo, yeah, they call Stack jeans. I was trying to think, but I was on the elevator. Yo, I want to know. They are. I love Stag jeans, but in Stag jeans will not look cute, no.
Starting point is 03:25:45 Yo, would A.J. allowed Meek Mill to buy him a $17,000 pair of, is that gay? If Meat Mill is like, yo. No. Anything coming from Meatmill is sauce. Let's not do that. No, no, no. I'm not going to do too much. But let me say, we just had this conversation all the day.
Starting point is 03:26:02 And if you go take your niggas shopping because he fucked up, that's not gay you're looking out for the holy yeah we're not we're not doing that no we don't need anything from me oh oh oh by the way oh what if a j really needed that okay you're the one that you're the one that exposed that exposed him and now you're asking us about man i'm going to buy money wait wait wait wait oh could we do something and and and and um just because i'm actually really i feel so bad about like all them All of them Reddit weirdos that I got out yesterday. I actually, I'm glad I've said it.
Starting point is 03:26:41 But I love Reddit, not ready. I mean, I love our Discord, and I do love even our community on Twitter. And I'm actually really, I got to apologize to all yeah, I haven't been here for a while because we've been just, I've been just doing these solo streams and get off stream. Hey, so tomorrow I'm supposed to be on Wax. I'm supposed to be on Clubhouse for Wack.
Starting point is 03:27:00 I told them to tell me when. Now, here's the thing. Every time I'm on there is primarily, mostly Wax audience. Number one, I also feel a little bit guilty because I feel like I should be doing like maybe a clubhouse style thing on Discord for us. I want to do something where tomorrow
Starting point is 03:27:19 either, I don't know if it could be joined where our Discord either joins with them or something, but I want our Discord to be involved because when I look at Clubhouse and Clubhouse for WAC, I look at Discord for us We got our own community
Starting point is 03:27:38 Like I feel like it's just You guys do whatever you want But it's just like our world You know what I'm saying? Yeah I'm saying so I told you last time Let me tell you something
Starting point is 03:27:47 I told you last time To figure out how to use your Twitter I know you've made it And come to Twitter spaces Because that's kind of like Clubhouse It's conducted like it People have to be raising here Oh yeah of course I know
Starting point is 03:28:00 They have to raise their hand To be bought up to the stage It's a stage thingy. It's audience down at the, under the stage. It's not like this quote. It's like Clubhouse, isn't it? Yeah, it has the same platform.
Starting point is 03:28:15 Okay, okay, okay. So again, I know we have multiple platforms, people might be confused. What do you guys think is best? Right? So tomorrow, yes, I want to, you know, WAC comes on our platform a lot, so I want to go on his platform.
Starting point is 03:28:28 But I also want to give you guys content as well, right? Like, again, you know, I'm not thinking of necessarily streaming that particular thing. But I want to be like, I don't want you to feel like, damn, okay, yeah, act streams, but he goes. I think you should do it. I think you should bring, if you do it, we're going to find out how to America. Yeah, it should be Twitter. You know, either that or. I don't want to do that to the Discord homies.
Starting point is 03:28:55 I know they probably cussing me out right now. That's what I was going to say. But if I go on Twitter, or is this we're going to feel like, yo, bro. Are you serious, bro? But if you go on Twitter and do it, it would be like, it will be viral, so it depends how public or private
Starting point is 03:29:12 that you want to be. And it'll help the community. I don't really give a fuck about how viral it gets. Like, it's really about like, you know, these are, these are the,
Starting point is 03:29:21 yo, you, trust me, you guys fuck with me so much. Like, you know, I'm always feeling like I'm not giving enough.
Starting point is 03:29:28 So I'm trying to, I'm trying to give more. So do you think, it's better if I just pop on you know whether it's discord or whatever like because I want to give yalla hour before and I told whack I said I could probably do like two hours so I give y'allel hour before let's do Twitter
Starting point is 03:29:45 Twitter let's do Twitter space yeah let's do Twitter space okay just land on it kaboon like okay here's the thing no here's the thing no because also I think like clubhouse is such like this it's almost like it's such as this app that's like like so much to the side. Okay. Yeah.
Starting point is 03:30:05 If I do Twitter space is an hour before. It could be a Q&A, okay, for everybody in the community. Could. And then I'll get off of there and I'll go to Clubhouse. Could y'all stream it in the same space or not? Yes. Okay. You can connect to it.
Starting point is 03:30:21 I mean, I'm going to be on Clubhouse, but I want you guys to be able to see that content because there's certain content like I'm doing this stream because I want you guys to whatever, but I'm also streaming. Yeah. Like tomorrow is just to kind of like tap in with the people that fuck with us, right? Like, whack fucks with us.
Starting point is 03:30:38 He has an audience. I want to go tapping with his audience. He taps in with my audience. I want to do with him. Um, and... So what do you want us to do? Come over and watch you on, on, you guys chop it up on the clubhouse. I'm already, I'm coming to clubhouse.
Starting point is 03:30:51 So I don't know how we, that's why I needed to get out of clubhouse. As nobody is. A host of the spaces because I'm going to come to clubhouse. I don't sound of set. So you just, you got to, you got to. just got to have somebody just got to have somebody host the space right and then uh i guess they'll be on another another device and and going to clubhouse and just play it through the yeah no that's the problem i'm having i got to i got to rake came in but he left i got to tell ray to add more about these the two
Starting point is 03:31:19 mods ray and facts to add these two mods that we were going to add before okay so because if they they can't go live unless they're a mod on the academics twitter okay so let me figure out the time that they want me on Clubhouse. And an hour before, I'm going to, an hour before that, I'm going to pop on spaces only for the community.
Starting point is 03:31:45 So y'all get an hour exclusive. And then I'll go on Clubhouse, but y'all should just stream the Clubhouse. You know what I mean? And y'all can come on Clubhouse as well. Yeah. You know what I mean? Like, you know, at least we'll be pretty much
Starting point is 03:31:58 synchronized with content, right? Yeah. Okay. Just give me a time. and I host our own for Twitter. Okay. I'm going to hit whack. I'm going to figure it out.
Starting point is 03:32:08 Yeah. What do you think? I don't know if we have a, we need a group chat or anything else. If I need to make a group chat with you guys, I can't. What's the best way to tell you guys, like what I'm going to do?
Starting point is 03:32:17 Or maybe your community. Yeah. You want to make a, but I guess Stoney and all of us, like we all Instagram or we can do it. I know Stoney got a group chat on the Twitter space or we can make one on Discord. I'd rather be on.
Starting point is 03:32:32 Which one? Do you read your messages on Discord? I'm gonna be honest, no. Do you? No, he doesn't. I read all Instagram. Yeah, so we're not gonna make the chat on Discord. Instagram and Twitter message, I read all them. Even requests.
Starting point is 03:32:44 I do. Wait, can you, can you, can you, you could post in the community, right? Oh yeah, no, I can't. Yeah, I can. Yeah, just when you get the time, just posted in the community. Okay, I bet. That's simple enough. What time that's gonna be?
Starting point is 03:33:02 Because you know me, I'm in the UK. I'm five hours ahead. Starting when I'm waking up in the morning. Like, good morning and that's just started. So what time is that going to be? So I just got a cross-reference with whack. Again, you know, I try to tell you, I like, yo, I appreciate people coming on here and giving the content.
Starting point is 03:33:19 I know we stream for a long time. You know, we're on here is nine hours and 30 minutes. But this is how much I, this is really how much I don't have a life because I'm just like just chilling. I really got anything to do. Because after this, I'll probably watch the next game. So we love this version of you.
Starting point is 03:33:35 I watch the next game and chill. For the people who, yo, I told you guys I'm going to do a kick only stream. We're not going to do it today. We'll probably do it tomorrow. Yeah. You know, I was like chilling here without like the expectation of, yo, content, content, content, you know what I mean? And also this diddy trials is like exhausting. The diddy trial has already takes a lot of time.
Starting point is 03:33:56 I know. You tap it. I know, I know. But yeah. Everybody. Hey, if you jump on screen tomorrow and jump in the Discord, we got to talk about the beef against Alabama and the Carolinas.
Starting point is 03:34:13 Sir, hold on. Because I feel like you tell me some shit out of it. Like Alabama? You all know. So Alabama rapper, the name is got a hit record called Control the Traffic. Yeah. Baby Mow.
Starting point is 03:34:26 Can to Charlotte. And remember he said he, remember he the big dog? said he controlling all the traffic came to Charlotte man on boys took his hell cat chopped it up and sold it on telegram are you serious yep damn then a couple then the whole thing started they was going to carolinas the people from alabama going back and forth on b pizzie you came out to the carolinas random bough who've ever heard he was in raleigh he shot that man car up off the roll out off in raleigh north carolina
Starting point is 03:35:01 they got his whole thing that's going on and gets Alabama versus the Carolinas Yo bro This is the most random beef I've heard You said there's a beef
Starting point is 03:35:12 Alabama versus the Carolinas Bro And this happened The dude made a song He's controlling traffic Came in Charlotte Talk him on
Starting point is 03:35:26 He controlled the traffic Because he was in town And they stole his hellcat Their OMB He came in there Had his back And they shot him off the road. Yeah, brother.
Starting point is 03:35:35 Are you serious? He's sure. Let me tell you Wale is a character man. Yo, Waleigh, how the hell is the Carolina's beefing with Alabama? The Alabama rappers came over here talking hot shit.
Starting point is 03:35:53 That's what happened. One thing Walee going to do is put on for his city. That's true. That's true. Oh, man. Anyway, what else is going on with y'all. I'm chill with y'all. Nothing. This is y'all time.
Starting point is 03:36:09 My is about to go do this interview with Rainwater, with how to in the chat. Yeah. I was actually recording I recorded a podcast at the studio with Leaf and Facts. Oh, really?
Starting point is 03:36:23 Yep. And Waleigh. Oh, nice. Oh, yeah, yeah, we did episode of Walee. Yeah, I don't know why, but I feel like I do all my best podcast with YK. Was YK there? Yeah.
Starting point is 03:36:36 Well, good. I feel like I do. I'm my best work with YK there. If Y can't leave there, I know it's going to be great. Yeah. Yeah, Lisa's really good with production and everything. So I'll give you a little bit about the, so I don't know why, and I'm going to be honest with you,
Starting point is 03:36:55 this is when I realized I said, you know, and I thank God even till now. I don't know if I told you, I did nothing for my birthday, my actual birthday. My birthday was really the show. And I was just so happy that everybody, you guys came out. It was just so, I'm just so happy for it.
Starting point is 03:37:14 But the day of, I'm a little bit nervous. I'm like, fuck. I feel like I'm going to have like one of those eight mile moments where I just kind of like freeze up. And before it happened, because I'm going to be honest with you, there was no nervousness. A minute, like two minutes into the show, I'm like, yo, this is family.
Starting point is 03:37:34 And I've never, it's the warmest, and I know this sounds like a bitch, it's all good, I'll take it. It was the warmest feeling of people who I felt that loves me. And I don't know why I felt I was going to be nervous. And granted, I sit here and the, like the total number of all the platforms, like, hey, it's 25,000. Not nervous at all, because usually I'm drunk, I'm just in my element. I don't even, sometimes I only reach out. Yeah, I know that. But I was nervous that day because I, because I wanted to.
Starting point is 03:38:01 to do well. And before I got on stage, I said to YK, right? I say, yo, Y, K, I'm gonna be honest with you. Me and you, like, a lot of times we're, like, rapping a lot in the sense of, I'm saying shit or whatever. And I'm like, yo, if I'm in front of the chat
Starting point is 03:38:18 and for whatever reason, because now I'm trying to be funny a little bit, and if they're like, nah, nigga, you're kind of corny. We don't fuck with you in person. I'm like, yo, because he was vlogging. We were going to drop the vlog. I told them to sit in front.
Starting point is 03:38:33 I said, if people aren't reacted and I'm looking in the crowd and I'm realizing, oh, shit, they're not fucking with you. I'm going to just look at you and go off your energy and give me the same energy that we always have because I talk to you outside of this shit and like we're joking about shit all the time. And that's why he was front row or like he was in that area. And then two minutes into the show, I quickly realize every single person. in that building was all love. And I'm going to be honest with you. It's the best birthday I've ever had. I'll be honest with you with this.
Starting point is 03:39:10 I got no presents this year, but that was the biggest present. The biggest present was seeing you guys. And I'll definitely do it again. Bigger next year. I already told them. Yeah. Bigger next year.
Starting point is 03:39:21 But it was the best feeling I've ever had. And by the way, I think I've tried to tell you guys, thank you for that. It was the most refreshing feel good moment of my life, honestly. You know, I loved it. I loved it for you.
Starting point is 03:39:38 Even the part, you know, my favorite part was Kayla because she's one of the check queens that's on Twitter, and she loves you, acting when she saw you, she started,
Starting point is 03:39:46 I was so happy for her. Like, I'm not even going on a lot. She's been saying it for months. I can't wait to see, I can't wait to see X. I'm going to be honest. Yeah,
Starting point is 03:39:54 the next one got to be on the weekend, my dog. No, I know. Yo, I'm telling you, it was too, But Thursdays in New York is a party day, so.
Starting point is 03:40:04 Yeah, I'm going to be honest with you. So the first show, first show I ever did, because remember this was after, you know, like Twitter was like, oh, you did the thing in the Roots Picnake, eight people. The first show, I was so emotional. Like, I felt I didn't do the job that I wanted to do because I wanted to fully entertain. But I was emotional. Like, like, if anyone remembers that first show, remember we had got canceled at one place. Yeah, you cried. Like I couldn't even keep
Starting point is 03:40:30 It was just so emotional This one I was just like Don't drink or don't drink that much At least until I felt like I did what I had to do And I was just there And I'm gonna be honest with you Like I was so happy It's one of the, let me tell you
Starting point is 03:40:45 This non-family things It's definitely my number one moment of my career 100%. Fuck whatever you've seen on everyday struggle Fuck anybody I've interviewed that was the most rewarded moment ever because I know how many times
Starting point is 03:41:02 I'm sitting in this damn room where I've sat in the room of my last apartment or my other place and I'm just going whether I'm drunk or whatever and I'm hoping to connect with people like this is streaming
Starting point is 03:41:17 this is like connecting with people this is why I love the discord it's about connecting with people it's not about people just praise I'm not no God I'm not no nothing like I'm I just want to connect with you And when I was at that show,
Starting point is 03:41:30 the meet and greet was already overwhelmed And I was glad I didn't cry to you and then Because so many people were everybody who came to meeting greet was like We listened to you for 10 years Glad I didn't cry Right Sluits everybody But being in that building
Starting point is 03:41:43 I didn't want the show to end And I'm watching the vlog stuff And they could see How my demeanor changes But I didn't want that show to end It was like a moment I was trying to hold on to forever and I'm glad we have footage, pictures, and I'm glad you guys have the memory
Starting point is 03:42:01 and I have the memory as well. Best moment of my life. That's good. Career-wise, career-wise, best memory. Yeah, I got to head up some people for the pictures because I ain't got no pictures in my phone, I was just enjoying the moment.
Starting point is 03:42:14 You've got to do one in London, up. I am, of course. Oh, yeah, I've been waiting on you to give me the green light for the one in Carolina. No, do you one in London first. Hey, so. Here's the thing. I'm trying to bring this everywhere, 100%.
Starting point is 03:42:30 I'm telling you it's a, I want you guys to know I've streamed for over 10 years. And let me tell you this. Watching the number on the screen. And then of course, when I get on Discord, I could, I hear you guys and whatever. See you guys in the chat. It's a different thing being in the same building as you got.
Starting point is 03:42:47 I loved it so much. And I just realized, I don't know about anybody else and what they do. You know, it may be. So I just want to thank you guys for that. Like, you guys gave me the ultimate birthday present I could dream about. At least I could say I had my first birthday party at the ripe age of 23. Okay. 23 plus four.
Starting point is 03:43:18 I don't know, man. But hey, I feel like this, man. I feel like you need to like come out more and be outside more because, I don't tell you, if you come down south and I feel like when people, I think a lot of times, too, when people actually get to see you in person and everything like that, they're going to give you that southern
Starting point is 03:43:36 hospitality. Like, I know you experienced some in Texas, when you went out there with sauce walking now. I'm telling you, like, yo, you come down here, brother, the southern house town, you're going to be like, oh, hey, I'm going to be honest with you. I'm back in Spanish town. Like, I feel like I would feel it anywhere. Like,
Starting point is 03:43:52 yeah. Man, I was so, like, there's this. young woman and she had she don't even have social media but she watches me and she was determined to come and see the show she said yo if and like this last movie she said if i'm gonna have seven people at the show i'm gonna be the eight she drove eight hours so many people from virginia they drove six hours and people that flew in there was you know um of course my Toronto fucks me so heavy there was a bunch of me from Toronto I appreciate it so so much
Starting point is 03:44:26 Like those type of things, and I think someone asked the question, like, in terms of me, like, kind of think, like, does it affect me? Like, what I do? Shit, that affects me. When I feel I don't have a good stream, it fucks my day is fucked. I promise you, because I'm like, really? No, I actually told somebody that yesterday. I say, yo, my day is fucked when I don't. Like, today I think I'm good. Yesterday it was the shortest stream
Starting point is 03:44:57 Like today we're at 10 hours We're 10 hours so I'm like I'm good But yesterday I was just like I was a shorter stream but it was a bad I think it was a good stream banger Um There are streams that felt like I just mailed it in or it wasn't good
Starting point is 03:45:11 And I hate it Like I can't wait to like come back Yeah Like there's a part of my personal happiness That comes from doing a good job for y'all If that makes sense Yeah And I think it's kind of vice versa
Starting point is 03:45:25 check in. Yeah, no, I think it's vice versa. So, yeah, like, even now, like, I could get off stream, but I'm just kicking in here. Anyway. And also, I love when you come in and do 10-hour streams. The other day when you, when it was like week one of the ditty trial and you was on for like 10 hours, I had to, I was doing my day. And I took, had my phone playing in the car, had my friend. I was like, no, I've got to listen to act.
Starting point is 03:45:48 I can. No, of course. Like, I was trying in the whole day, like the phone, you went with me everywhere more than what I was doing. You guys support, let me say this. A true chat nigger is somebody or anybody who's in the chat, like I know y'all are defending me. I know everything good, bad, and ugly they say about me. It's so unfair that you guys have to defend everything because you guys know way more. You guys watch me completely.
Starting point is 03:46:15 You might be like, yeah, act might be so and so. But what about these other 10 things? And they're like, well, we don't know that. Fuck this guy. So I know you guys defend me a lot. so it's all good anyway by the way chat I'm also on here you I know I'm oh I actually bet shout to steak shot to kick
Starting point is 03:46:30 I'm watching the Knicks lose I don't know if y'all like the Knicks but they're gonna lose to watch so instead of watching the game I was gonna get off this and watch the game I'm just chilling with y'all what else is going on with Chaddow because real talk
Starting point is 03:46:43 you really be supporting like the community because I remember like I was I been watching you since I was like 15 years old bro and like I know it's been you would hit me up bro like now I'd be just happy when you hear me a recently like hey bro you got beats and it'd be
Starting point is 03:46:58 the little shit be like damn this nigga really fuss with every chat nigga like it'd be little things Of course of course not I appreciate you guys so much honestly like That's so good Like moments like this But anytime I talk about I get emotional
Starting point is 03:47:15 I'm gonna be honest with it There's not like a stoic moment I'd be like yeah you know I mean I could pop my shit on hip hop niggas When you hear me popping my shit on hip hop niggas When you hear me popping my shit, it's like on people who ain't us. Anytime I talk about what, because I know the sacrifices I made and I know how much you guys have invested time into this. So like that gets me emotional.
Starting point is 03:47:35 Other than that, when I'm talking about bitch-ass things, I'll be having a great deal with now. I'll be having a fucking blast. But when it comes to like talking about it because I really think about it, I'm like, you'll listen, for the last like 10 to 15 years, really 15. It's like 14, 14, 14 and a half, like 15 years of my. my life, I dedicated the majority of every single day thinking about this. This is why, you know, I told somebody yesterday, I was like, yo, in terms of this affected me, I'm like, I don't know how other people think about it. I don't know how Lauren LaRosa thinks about when she says something about somebody.
Starting point is 03:48:13 It bothers me. I dream about it. I think about it. It fucking, it hurts my feelings. So, of course, I'm, yo, the day I responded to Lauren, Lauren. The girl on whatever her name is. No, yeah.
Starting point is 03:48:27 I woke up at 5 a.m. pacing. Like, what the fuck does this bitch play with it? Pacing. So now I'm about to go do research. Thank you to Grant. And I'm glad I got some great chat niggas on my side. They sent me a lot of stuff.
Starting point is 03:48:38 But I'm pacing like, it's upsetting to me. And really like, you know, I don't know if this is a good or bad thing, but this is a huge part of my life and my happiness. Yeah. I know some people. You're good at it.
Starting point is 03:48:53 Like, by the way, And I've seen ransom. Ransom, I've seen. He's from Jersey. And he said something about me. He said, well, I know that's academic job. Yes, this is my job, but this is, I'm not one of y'all niggas who, oh, I do this just to get a check. And this is me as a person.
Starting point is 03:49:12 Me at this point is what I do. Yeah. I care about all this. It doesn't feel like work. Yeah, well, it's not even about feeling like work. It's not, I can't be like, oh, I'm just doing this because this is a, job like this is if I see a comment well comments a we now but whatever I say or whatever this ends up being is my life facts right the reason why you hear me talk shit
Starting point is 03:49:42 sometimes I've changed my asking anybody who's been to my house I've changed my entire lifestyle to embody somebody who is not liked me I got a full rot while upstairs, nigga, 50 guns. I got, again, I'm not bragging about these things. I'm telling you how much. Got a hundred bad, a hundred clips. You got a hundred clips at. What all of this is, is my life and my happiness, you know?
Starting point is 03:50:10 And it's not like, it's hard for me to disassociate like, oh, this is a job. It's not, not for me. No, no, but when I say it's like, it's you, so it doesn't feel, but it is also a job, but your job is you. at the end of the day. Your job is you, so it doesn't feel like a job. If you understand, well, you enjoy it so much, it doesn't feel like it is a job, but it's also a talent that you have to be able to do this
Starting point is 03:50:37 because not everybody can be on a stream for 10 hours and everybody stays chimed in. Do you remember when you went off for your thing the other day? You had to do your lawyer thing the other day. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, I'd say about 1,000 people dropped off, but literally you wasn't even there for like two and a half hours.
Starting point is 03:50:56 Yo, they were dragging it with me. We were still watching. No, they were dragging with me. But yeah, no, no. Yo, let me tell you this. I mean, I say, honest to say like give you guys appreciation because, you know, you know, you know, even then, you know, one of the only things I was mad about my show? First and foremost, I gave you the honest truth, which actually, low-key, I technically, technically,
Starting point is 03:51:18 I think I profited. I'm very honest. I'll tell you the truth, by any. I think I had profited maybe like $3,000. I didn't think I would. With the show. I brought $6,000, or it was a $6,000 to give to the crowd. Like, for me, it was about just partying.
Starting point is 03:51:37 I wanted to party with not fake people. I could fly in 300 bitches from Instagram who like, oh, I got this. It's going to feel empty. I wanted to party with my people. So I'm like, I know some people came mad far. I'm like, yo, I want to just give money back. Like, this wasn't ever about that.
Starting point is 03:52:01 I told you what the venue costs 8,500 pay for security, pay for whatever. Should I even pay for the cake? Who gives a fuck? I wanted to just have fun with the people who supported me and it wasn't about money. And, um, I don't know. That's sweet. It's just, I had fun. No, but that is sweet.
Starting point is 03:52:19 That should have fun for it. Yo, I had so much fun. night um i had so much fun that night it told me i will probably never do a birthday party unless it's you guys are involved because i've seen i've seen the fake facade shit where it's like you know you're doing with people and maybe that's like um and by way this feels like a therapy session now maybe it's because i don't have real friends but because like honestly there was so many people who suggested shit for my birthday and I said no my birthday is with the people who have loved and supported me they've got on my ass too but they love and supported me for years
Starting point is 03:53:02 and after I did the show I know a couple people around me they were trying to do things they were like you're like going back into a shell I'm like no I already had my birthday I don't feel the need to go do other things that's going to make you guys think that I'm turning up my Turn up was that show and I'm good and I'm so happy. Right. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, shout's out.
Starting point is 03:53:30 But anyway. That's what's important. The right people around. No, of course. So, chat, I'm really just chilling with y'all for a little bit. If anybody's in Discord, y'all could join in here and bring something up. Nothing too heavy. I know we're at 10 hours.
Starting point is 03:53:46 I'm really, I was going to watch the next game, but since I'm on here, I'm hoping they lose because I bet money against them. But. Keep it a bean, brother. What? You think did he only cook? Yo,
Starting point is 03:54:02 today was tough for him, I think, bro. Today was tough. Before today, I thought it was looking good. Today, I was like, this woman is also saying the same thing,
Starting point is 03:54:16 but I expect my opinion to change tomorrow because his defense is supposed to say, you were friends with Cassie rather than saying he's like some serial rapist how about you be honest you knew what this was
Starting point is 03:54:36 you were trying to keep your secret from Cassie that you like Diddy and that y'all used to flirt blah blah blah blah and it really wasn't you know what I mean a rape now again I'm projecting here but if
Starting point is 03:54:51 Brian's feel I'm projecting here no no I'm projecting because I looked at what they claimed today and I'm like just and I'll ask the ladies okay I'll defer I'll defer I'll ask ladies Mm-hmm
Starting point is 03:55:05 Yo You know a man Who is abusing your friend Right? Mm-hmm Let's just make this up Okay You're trying to support a supporter supporter
Starting point is 03:55:22 One day that man abuses you do you keep it away from your friend or do you say to her girl he did the same thing to me no she would know because everything all hell would break loose then because you're not going to abuse me I'm not your woman bingo but when but when you say that he's abusing her is it like a one off like
Starting point is 03:55:45 is it that she wasn't trying to go behind her friend's back and then get into some kind of situation to then be abused yeah because it sounds like you said that they were fucking behind her back. Forget what I say. Let's go off her testimony. Diddy and Cassie are a thing.
Starting point is 03:56:03 Mia is an assistant. Mia is has formed a relationship with Cassie and is supporting Cassie. Girl, you're right, whatever, whatever, but you know I still work for him. But like, yo, yeah, he shouldn't be doing A, B, and C. Diddy then sexually assaults you.
Starting point is 03:56:24 You don't tell the woman who has been confiding to you yeah I would not only tell that it would be a different story yeah I'm telling and I'm leaving the job is up so and I can't help you no more if you decide to stay like
Starting point is 03:56:38 things are going to be different because I'm going to take action so I'm telling and dicking so what this what this says is that there's a possibility and this is what I'm saying I'm projecting because I think the defense is going to paint a picture that hey you had relationships or felt a way about Diddy as well
Starting point is 03:56:59 and you were being facetious and you were trying to be inconspicuous by not telling her either if you flirted with Diddy or if you were interested in Diddy that's why when you felt you got sexually assaulted, you didn't tell her. We said nothing. Because she told you things about her that were very revealing. but you never told her this about what the same person that did that to her supposedly to you. I think that's what's going to happen to it.
Starting point is 03:57:33 It's just messy because of the people. It's too many people involved. Like it's too messy. So messy. No, but they're going to spin her. She's going to get spun on this than tomorrow. Like what acts saying because like how comes you, how comes you was listening to everything that Cassie was going through?
Starting point is 03:57:52 and then you're now getting the same thing from your so quote-unquote boss, but you're not saying anything to Cassie. So you're only hiding it because you feel that you did something maybe untowards. Yeah, she might have slept with him behind her back. Hold on. Yeah. And here's the thing too, though. They're painting a good picture.
Starting point is 03:58:12 And this is why I said it will only get crystallized on a cross-examined because here's the thing on cross-examining. Okay, not only what you ladies said. So, okay, let's say he was a monster, but you were trying to hide it because you're friends with her cool. Years after Cassie leaves the situation, you leave the situation, you still wish him, hey, I hope you're doing good. I know Kim Porter just died. I'm wishing the best for you. I had such a great time when I worked for you.
Starting point is 03:58:44 No, she's a snake. So now they're going to bring in the fact that most of these people wanted to come back. most of these people often wish did he well and often talk positively when they messaged him and not because he hit them up because they hit him up
Starting point is 03:59:02 they went out their way and hit him up so how will that be perceived and that's the weird stuff that I find in the case because it's like you guys are painting him as a monster but you guys still
Starting point is 03:59:15 continuously talk to this monster yeah it's so confusing even the stylist and then I thought to use the smokepost syndrome. No, but they can't. But why would they have
Starting point is 03:59:25 Stockholm syndrome? Like, why would the stylist have stockholm? No, because if you see, they're trying to pay him as not only in a relationship, he's abusive to his employees. That's what they're trying to pay him as. Usually Stockholm syndrome
Starting point is 03:59:39 would pertain to like more of a domestic thing. Like if you're with, you know, with the guy or with the girl. No, because it doesn't mean if you're with, somebody can have you. Maybe not specifically. At all times, there's exceptions.
Starting point is 03:59:53 But what I'm saying is like the stylist even reached out. The stylist is Cassie's friend. And he saw Cassie get in her ass beat. But yeah, after the situation, they had all left and, you know, they'd all gone about their separate business. Didn't the stylist say today that he reached out to Diddy and said, hi, I love you. Didn't he? They all got texts, yo. Like everybody texts, Diddy, talking about something.
Starting point is 04:00:19 I miss you. I wish all is well all this crazy shit Yeah So that's the weird thing to me Missing the Predator is crazy Yeah that's wild That's diabolical
Starting point is 04:00:30 Like every witness It said that Like Diddy Like they got text So Yeah Here's the thing You know
Starting point is 04:00:40 I know they're trying to tie this up In Orico It appears that there's A severe negligence And I'm not going to sit here And say that Diddy is not a domestic abuser or a serial domestic abuser.
Starting point is 04:00:53 Yeah. I think he should have been locked up multiple times. That nigger should have been incarcerated multiple times for domestic violence and probably serving a year or two in jail because if you think you could put your hands on women, even at, he was so comfortable with doing it. He would do it at an event where there were other people, like say, Prince's party. Even if you thought that was a comfortable space, it doesn't matter. He was putting his hands on them.
Starting point is 04:01:21 He would bring in plastic surgeons to try to like fix shit. Like you're giving these people like scars. 100%. He should have did some time for domestic violence. The thing is when they bring in the RICO and the RICO isn't about necessarily violence, right? The RICO is about sexual assault. and sex trafficking. But he is.
Starting point is 04:01:54 If they get to prove... Go ahead. Go ahead. Sorry. Go ahead. If they get to try to prove like, oh, no, these people liked certain stuff or was doing certain stuff, he might walk on that. The thing is, what this case is proven
Starting point is 04:02:10 is that the, we can't blame the victims, but some of these authorities were, and we got to think about their government employees or state employees, they were negligent. So, did he, you seen an escalate, chase,
Starting point is 04:02:33 a drive, chasing a car away when you're showing up to arson, investigate, you never, you never even bother to check who, whatever. That person comes back. You never bother to check, whatever. Yo, you show up to something where somebody is clearly beaten. You ask them, who did it? They don't want to say, you don't kind of try to
Starting point is 04:02:52 put more effort into it. These these local and municipal precincts are overworked with like cases that the slightest hint of a cover up.
Starting point is 04:03:08 They just said, all right, fuck you, we're not going to do nothing. Right. So now y'all are trying to get this guy on a RICO case, but he should have been got on mad cases before. How many times did he be Cassie's ass? How the hell does he? How the hell does he beat her ass?
Starting point is 04:03:24 How the hell does he beat her ass on camera at the fucking intercontinental hotel? No police get called. How the hell do all these things? No police get called. But now we got, now the only chance to get this nigga, is it a RICO case? But it's a RICO for sex trafficking?
Starting point is 04:03:42 So now if someone believes, like I believe it's not sex trafficking, do I believe he's a domestic abuse or yes. So if I say he's not guilty for a domestic. he walks free because the assault that he had allegedly or not allegedly he definitely did it's not chargeable
Starting point is 04:03:59 all these entities allowed him to beat these women he can't be charged for these specific acts you got to charge him as a pattern of racketeering in the sense of a RICO case with sex trafficking come on
Starting point is 04:04:17 so now if Diddy walks free is he completely innocent? Everybody's going to have a bad taste in their mouth. Oh, man, nah, he used to beat her ass. He should get something. And here's what's going to happen if he walks free. Everyone's going to have to say, well, at least he was locked up for a year. The point is this.
Starting point is 04:04:38 The feds are trying to clean up these local and municipalities issues. Did he was beaten women. I don't know if he was trafficking. He was beating them, though. The workers did not do what they had to do to report it. The women who were being abused did not do what they should have done, to be honest with the police, that they could take appropriate action. And now is past statute of limitations for any assault.
Starting point is 04:05:11 Because usually- No, I'm not a-RICO. But then that's why you've got to get in Noriko. But a RICO is tough to prove because you've got to prove organizational, you got to prove organizational corruption and crimes I don't know
Starting point is 04:05:25 but if you look at it because in the beginning when I first was watching the trial I was like oh he's you know he's a domestic abuser but and I don't think the recall stand but then the other day when you was on stream and you
Starting point is 04:05:39 had like the charges up the counts they will get him on sex trafficking because he because he carried them over state lines. So you're really guilty of that. That's, that's just, that's 100%. And then, um, what was the other charge? I need to, I need to, can you pull up the charges at? Again, please. I think it wouldn't even be Rico though, because they willingly went with him. He wasn't on no shit. No, it doesn't matter. It's against the law. It's, it's, it's not kidnapping, but that, but it is
Starting point is 04:06:09 sex trafficking because technically he carried over. Let me try to split hair. He was fucking No. Wait, let me try to split hairs here. And then you guys can discuss it. I'm hearing what you're saying, but it appears that Diddy, Did he's an abuser. But did these people not want to fit in this lifestyle that may involve free course and other things?
Starting point is 04:06:38 Now, here's the thing. Sex trafficking is almost. Again, now, if you believe that Cassie never wanted to do a freak off, it's sex trafficking. 100%. If you believe that Cassie wanted Diddy or wanted whatever, so she was doing these things, but she did it on her own recognizance. That's not sex trafficking.
Starting point is 04:07:00 That's the problem. So sex trafficking only comes in if she never wanted to do this. I don't think no one's going to be watching this trial and said, nah, Cassie never. There's text that showed she was cool with her and shit. There's whatever that shows that, again, here's the thing. Also, for all my. That's proof of her initiating.
Starting point is 04:07:20 Yeah. And listen what I got to say to my chat queens. Told my chat queens because I don't, like, you know, I care about you guys' opinion, not anyone else. We're very sensitive towards issues and things that could arise that put women in precarious situations. Here's the thing. When it comes to Cassie, if Cassie's demeanor or how it came across is that, hey, I only, like, yeah, I did a freak off. but I only did a freak off to keep him. That's not sex trafficking.
Starting point is 04:07:53 You're a grown woman. You wanted to be with the man and you thought action A could get you the man. That's not sex trafficking. Yeah. Sex trafficking is if he holds it over your head. You ain't getting paid if you don't do this.
Starting point is 04:08:08 Right. I beat your ass if I, if you don't do this. Yo, you better do this. So isn't that. If he didn't do that with the record deal. Yeah. Yo, if the idea is that she did this. That's the route that they're trying to go.
Starting point is 04:08:23 Exactly. So let me just say this one more time. You can say whatever, because I'm about to get pissed. I'm sorry. If the idea is that she did these things, but she was trying to get her man or beat out another woman to compete, it's not sex trafficking.
Starting point is 04:08:37 But if the idea that she only did this, because he was going to beat her ass, he was going to take all her money, he was going to do things that are full. forceful, revengeful, that sex trafficking. We are hearing kind of Cassie being competitive, jealous, and that's where I wonder where the jury is going to break with this. I want to take a piss for a second.
Starting point is 04:09:01 You guys can speak. She made official girl for a reason. Oh, yeah. Yeah, that's what she wanted to be. You're in it, yeah. Yeah, it's interesting because the jury is, what, eight men, four women. women. So it's going to be very telling what those women are going to, you know, go with, what they're thinking so far. The only reason why I'm saying that they may prove sex trafficking
Starting point is 04:09:29 is because it's still, I know it's, yeah, what access actually does stand. But there's also that they used, you know, sex workers and took them from other states. Yeah, so that's already sex trafficking. So regardless of of Cassie, it's the prostitutes that they, or the sex workers, whatever you want to call them, that that's going to prove the sex trafficking.
Starting point is 04:09:57 And then what was the other, what was the other thing under the RICO? What was the other count? I wanted to act to pull it up. Because there was one, the one that was really minimal. And Act said, if they just get ditty on this, it's literally like, you know,
Starting point is 04:10:14 a couple of years in jail. I don't think there was the guns. No, not the guns. It was something else. It was some minor charge under the, you know, under the thing. of the jury. But the more and more that I'm seeing of this trial, I don't think he's getting away with,
Starting point is 04:10:30 I don't think he's walking at first. I'm like, who's going to walk? I don't think he's going to bust the case. I think he's not going to get maybe this, get found guilty on all counts, because I think at pulled up about five or six counts. I don't think he's going to be found guilty in all counts, but the one that he is going to get found at high,
Starting point is 04:10:50 it was at the top I wanted to pull it. And that's going to carry, they may give him, instead of giving him the 20, they may give him a 15 or like with time served. So I think he's still going to be gone for about 10 to 15 in my, just, that's just my opinion. And you think 10?
Starting point is 04:11:06 I was thinking maybe like 7. Hmm. It depends. I think because the one that we agreed that he may, he may get he may get convicted with it carries 20 it does carry the 20
Starting point is 04:11:20 by the way it's no way it but with time if he blows trial if did he blows trial is no way he gets sentenced to something below 10 10 is a minimum
Starting point is 04:11:31 yeah so now granted he's going to get sentenced let's say he gets 10 he's going to be 85% which means 8 and a half years he's already served about a year a year already
Starting point is 04:11:44 So that would mean seven and a half So I guess that's your less than 10 I was counting it I wasn't counting it like that I was counting it as the time he served already While he's in there plus what they get That number they write down on that paper That's like his whole life
Starting point is 04:11:59 That number they write down on that paper To say you are sentenced to so and so Will at least be 10 years Yeah I'm I was just thinking about 15 Yeah yeah to be honest Do you think he got Brian still too late?
Starting point is 04:12:18 I'm going to be very honest with you and I love Brian's deal. You see, this is a case that there's a saying I'm trying to remember it. Because that first lawyer was terrible. Hold on. Let me see if I could find the same.
Starting point is 04:12:44 What was that? Okay. And they said, Because Emperor Napoleon is often credited with first using the expression of having an iron fist in a velvet glove, meaning being stern, but being able to put it in a way where it's palatable and compatible to the people and the situation. With all due respect to Brian Steele, and I don't want to doubt his expertise because I think he's an amazing litigator. this is a sex case this is not why sell Woody where a bunch of
Starting point is 04:13:27 aggressive gang crimes are you can't get up there and try you get up there Mia is crying remember that Woody never cried Woody was playing
Starting point is 04:13:41 yeah I shot him he was doing all that type of bullshit you're dealing with women who are crying it's emotional they're telling you some of the things that you heard what Mia said today, I wanted to take this to my grave. You have to handle this with care.
Starting point is 04:14:00 Now, Brian Steele's an amazing attorney. I don't know if, you know, we like him off of the the Yard cell trial. I haven't seen him be the sex trial. This is a sex trial.
Starting point is 04:14:18 Remember that. Yeah. So, go ahead. But he also has his client that he has to defend at the end of the day. So it's tricky. Like you can't be too soft, but maybe you can't be overly hard. But at the end of the day, you've got to be able to sway this jury in it.
Starting point is 04:14:42 You may have to attack a little bit. But you understand, it's just, yeah, it's a bit of a tricky one. Can't go too hard, can't be too soft. maybe using that different parts of the trial maybe using that closing maybe use him instead of like Janice Stanford closed an argument or maybe there's just tactical places where they put
Starting point is 04:15:03 certain lawyers at different parts of the trial I don't know but I hope he's hired to do the best job for his client which is giddy I agree with you and I'm hoping to see this turn out favorable that boy cooked no no well um i'm not saying he's cooked listen man
Starting point is 04:15:27 what's i heard and none of the nipples i was like yeah he's cooked nah nah nah not that's what i ask do he think about the case because i've been like damn what you freak me at like what that doesn't that's not a crime yo his freaking is he's not his freaking is ain't gonna get him locked up what's going to get him locked up is crimes like to be honest cultural prison man
Starting point is 04:15:51 By the way, to be honest, if you ask me, I think there's a game being played. I haven't said this. And I know, like, we're 10 plus hours now. So, you know, some people may have tuned out. I haven't said this like while we're like usually live. They're playing both games with each other. Check this out. Just like how I think the AUSA at first, they wanted to get people.
Starting point is 04:16:17 You know, they dropped that Cassie video, right? They wanted people like, oh, my God, this thing is a monster. Yeah, he guilty. I think they were trying to drop these intimate details at first about the freakoffs. It's the reason why they had the sex workers go first. They had the sex workers go first that we could get this picture of this really nasty guy who does shit that the regular people like us don't do. Why would you let somebody fuck your bitch?
Starting point is 04:16:47 Why would you be jerking off the corner? Why would you have her take the semen and smudging on you? here's what I think the defense is also doing the defense is hoping the prosecutor starts doing more limiting of what they're going to bring into the play you know what they're doing
Starting point is 04:17:05 Diddy's team is down to call names all right let's call names and fuck it okay so you said Cassie was fucking what football player you don't you see them doing that they're doing it so Cassie was fucking this football player and what's the name of the NBA player Brandon, what? They can't stop saying names.
Starting point is 04:17:26 Remember, there's federal rule, evidentiary rules that protect people's sexual history and things like that. They're hoping that there's going to be a limited scope because the judge has overruled a few things for the prosecutors. I bet. Cool.
Starting point is 04:17:41 So, all right, cool. So let's now bring out everybody's shoes fucking. Because think about this. Why do you think that Dittie's team is bringing up that shoes to fucking a thing, a name brand? There's no follow-up question. about no nigger named Brandon in an NBA. Why do you think that's happening?
Starting point is 04:17:57 Wasn't it Brandon Ingram? Well, some people say it's Brandon Roy. Because I was saying Brandon Ingram. I was like, oh. Well, Brandon Ingram, I think he came in the league recently. Remember, did he stop dealing with her in 2018? So this conduct was around 2013, 2012. Let's look at Brandon Roy.
Starting point is 04:18:16 Okay. When he played. NBA career. He played him. He only played six season from 2006 to 2011. If it's Brandon,
Starting point is 04:18:26 probably his Brandon. Yeah, Brandon Roy got injured. Yeah. But if you look at, if you type in Brandon Roy, Cassie, you type it in.
Starting point is 04:18:36 Um, no, I guess, he keeps saying this, but like, I don't know, maybe it's another brand. But anyway,
Starting point is 04:18:44 it's a brand from then. The point is this. I think what Diddy's team is doing, they're playing the game too. Okay, I bet. Since y'all want to keep getting, because what did these team been telling the prosecutor? Yo, yeah, I keep telling the same stories.
Starting point is 04:18:59 His hearsay, none of this stuff is like, actually, really, y'all just trying to, y'all trying to get this man convicted of gossip. So you know what they're doing now? All right, you want to do gossip? Oh, oh, didn't Cassie use to fuck somebody named Brandon? There was no follow-up questions on that. Why would bring it up?
Starting point is 04:19:18 Why? Hey, didn't she use to fuck somebody in the NFL? why bring it up Diddy's team is realizing okay just like how they try to prejudice this whole thing with dropping the Cassie tape and then of course at first
Starting point is 04:19:34 telling us all these details that make you know people who have regular sex and don't have their girl getting fucked by prostitutes like I don't know when we heard about the nuts being like okay this thing is weird if he's weird this motherfucker might be doing some other shit now they're trying to they're trying to I think Did he seem trying to be messy?
Starting point is 04:19:55 Truth be told. They're just showing that Cassie's promiscuous. When you say messy, do you mean in the sense of like... She's promiscuous. Well, not only that because that's already understood at this point. Are you saying messy in the sense of we're trying to whether the, like, is it like not, I wouldn't even say damage control because I don't see how him doing that is necessarily helping him in the case
Starting point is 04:20:25 So you're right Because Sometimes I feel like we look at this case Like it's like this should be like a judge Judy It's being determined in court But they're both playing the media Okay Because this case is evolving
Starting point is 04:20:42 The case is evolving We're seeing drop mic moments We're seeing shit that we're like Oh my God We're seeing big moments Oh kid Cuddy We're seeing these moments That is kind of wowing the
Starting point is 04:20:55 public. Like, again, y'all saw me. When I realized the nigga was smudging nut on his fucking chest, I'm like, yo, Diddy is a fucking weirdo. He's gay. So they, like, again, there are certain things with Cassie that is carved out that it can't bring up because of the rule of the evidentiary rules because she's a victim. They're trying to paint Diddy and the easiest way to paint him as a racketeer who used sex trafficking. and his money and whatever as part of getting what he wants is to show that this guy likes really out of the ordinary shit and weird shit oh by the way this was happening a freakoff so so now we're thinking oh this nasty motherfucker like play this if you heard
Starting point is 04:21:46 like two people like two different people in your neighborhood one person god-fearing guy Like you've never heard about him chasing no girl This and third He just, you know, he prays all day Blah blah blah Whatever you heard about him raping 10 girls You're like, all right, that don't sound like him You heard about the nigger who's on only fans
Starting point is 04:22:07 He are freaky ass nigger Like he always say he wants to do A, B, C, and D You're like, nah, he's the one who did it So I think they made Diddy look super freaky Not saying he's not, he is But you got to get the freak shit expose that people would believe the fact that, oh, well, of course he would take advantage of a woman because he's into that and he's a weirdo because I'm not into that and I'm normal.
Starting point is 04:22:36 Exactly. You know? So yeah. Right. They set the table. Yeah. Exactly. Yeah.
Starting point is 04:22:45 Well, but we're going to see. So would you think because the majority of the jurors are men. So eight of them are men out of the 12. Where do you think that will swing? How do you think the men are going to... It just depends on the type of men that they are. If they're some panderas, then, you know, did he's cooked? And if they're...
Starting point is 04:23:03 What, here's the thing. You know? The jury... I always think juries are a little bit leaning in the favor of the prosecutors. Right. First of all, what type of person gets a letter saying you have a subpoena for a jury? duty and want to show up unless they're interested in trying to
Starting point is 04:23:25 be a little bit of a panda. It's not like one of them they're like, nah, I understand. Like, now, did he weird, but like, I get what he, I get he doing because I be having bitches. That's not going to be that type of nigga that gets jury dirty. That type of nigga is not going to jury dirty. The jury duty niggis is a nigga who
Starting point is 04:23:40 don't like when people is bending the lines. Is usually the people who is, let's do it black and white. And the people who are bending in the lines that happen to show up the prosecutor's job is to get them out of there. So they're going to have people. I want to know, wait, what I want to know is how do you get picked for jury duty?
Starting point is 04:24:01 Because I still haven't been one and I would have loved to been on this jury. It's random. Man, fuck that jury duty. It's terrible. You got $5 a day. You don't really want to do that. Okay. I don't be opening them things.
Starting point is 04:24:13 I mean, should I say, number of mine. You got to take your mail. They probably have. Okay, never mind. I do open them. I'm going. So the way they. somebody else's mail to be on jury duty is crazy.
Starting point is 04:24:23 So the way they do jury duty is usually wherever you vote at. So the last place you voted, they'll have your name in the big pool. And for certain trials, they'll do like, it's almost like just random pick. And they'll pick like, I don't know, 60 people or 100 people. It's like a lot of type of thing. Now granted, they'll send you a notice and be like, you have to show up. they know that because no one actually delivered to you
Starting point is 04:24:52 they can't hold you accountable so they'll act like they will most people ignore it and here's the thing the people who show up are people who are nosy people who want time off of their job or whatever so that's why I say juries are usually biased already right
Starting point is 04:25:07 a jury pool am you actually right because I wanted to be a juror and I was biased I was going to pretend I ain't going on like you did you a jury in this case like you can't have nobody black on the jury. Yeah, especially after they released that video. It's over. My grandmother seen that video.
Starting point is 04:25:25 Supposed. Do you think you got anybody black on the jury act? Supposed. No, it can't be like that. No, no. Supposedly, there is about like 40% black. Yeah, but there's still other. He might get off here. He might get, he might get, he. No, but isn't it? Um, majority
Starting point is 04:25:42 guys, right? It's what, what did you say? Yeah, eight four, eight, eight, eight, eight, nine. Four. It was 40% black, that means at least two of them niggas is niggas. Right? It's based off a nigger math, right? If it's 40% black.
Starting point is 04:25:57 Two the men are black. At least two of them is black. He got a chance. All I'm saying is based on what he's charged with, it's so much gray area. It's like a toss-up. It's like, it depends on how niggas feel about you with a lot.
Starting point is 04:26:13 Yeah. Because he's trafficking. Well, you did hire hookers. You know what I'm saying? You probably, you know what I'm saying? It's possibly somewhere in there you might use a government, I mean, not a government, but a business account or something to move money around.
Starting point is 04:26:27 You're beating on your girl. You know what I'm saying? Yeah. All right. If he beats this case, what do y'all think? Like, how do you think he's going to be accepted back into the industry? Oh, hell no. You can't be on the face anymore.
Starting point is 04:26:39 He has to do the behind scenes. No, he's done. He's done. There's a lot of things behind the scenes giving niggas money still. Yeah. He would never beat the digital. that we knew before even if he beats the case yeah he'll never be that guy again yeah that's over you'll never be that guy again um he's the violence the violence what what people know about him no he
Starting point is 04:27:00 he won't even be a commodity to any brand not not they won't touch him with a barge pole yeah what it'll happen is that he'll finally learn how to be the brand that's silent but that could fund so he he'll still have some money he'll be able to fund it maybe he could you know and again i think anything even close to him his sons we're going to just remember him so i think he was his higher almost pretty much surrogates to kind of like whatever but he would stay really hidden and probably only pop out once something he funded or was a part of was a success already like master paink partner yeah yep yeah like it's funny how the shug night thing is such a meme and we laugh at it but in hansin he was kind of right all in the videos all in it yeah and i'm
Starting point is 04:27:48 I love me I love me since like you know bad it's still like that it's bad man yeah all in the freakoff videos all everything
Starting point is 04:27:58 all in the freakoff videos all in the corner yeah belt all in the little my nipples is wild I'm not letting that go
Starting point is 04:28:07 I've been thinking about that really a week not even not even ditty titty is crazy I'm not I'm not I'm gonna get any freak out
Starting point is 04:28:14 because how many more sex work is this is the limit that we've reached with the freaky shit or more? No, I believe there's more that just haven't come forward because they also like the money and they don't want to expose their clients. Like they don't want to be exposed.
Starting point is 04:28:31 They like their clientele. But trial-wise, I think have we reached the, like the freakest shit that we've heard have we already, that's it. I'm scared to know. I'm not thinking anything freaky out than him wrapping shit on his, you know, what the fuck's firm on his nipples. I don't think I don't think
Starting point is 04:28:49 I'm a little freakier than that that's like You can't We said that We said that Before we heard The last
Starting point is 04:28:55 freaky shit I don't think Yeah I don't think we've reached that level I don't think we've reached a level of
Starting point is 04:29:01 the top freaky shit Here's the thing I'm telling you I'm We're missing out on a lot of shit They fought
Starting point is 04:29:08 about this in pretrial and there's a lot of seal shit I'm telling you there's STDs There is
Starting point is 04:29:16 other shit Oh, he's pregnant. There's pregnancies. We'll do the industry. There's pregnancies, and there's other things that is involved. All those things are going to be carved out. That's what I'm telling you, hearing that freaky shit that Cassie said about, not even free shit, a gay shit, about the smudging the semen. That was, that was determined.
Starting point is 04:29:40 Any, there's more things that are, I guarantee or 10 times more freaky. It could be like, oh, yeah. Yeah, Diddy was fucking blah, blah. He called Jaru over. Why did they bring that up in the trial? Like, I feel like they bring that up to make him look like a freaking monster. Like, that point did not mean to be brought up. Yes.
Starting point is 04:30:01 That's not. Like, we didn't need to know the nut on the lip-up. Yeah. Yes, absolutely. It has to be. Absolutely. Absolutely. I'm like, a lot.
Starting point is 04:30:12 I kind of checked out after I heard that. And another thing is the Lauren London situation. I want everybody to leave her the fuck alone because if she was out here just sucking dick everywhere they'll call her a hole and say she's fucking up nipsy name. She's sucking dick and silent.
Starting point is 04:30:29 Let the bitch suck dick in silent in peace. Don't bring her business up in this motherfucking trial. Do you think they'll put her on the stand? She's not a witness, was she? She didn't get on that motherfuckers stay and the fact that they brought our business up talking about she was at the precloses or no.
Starting point is 04:30:44 That's too much, being only in our business. It's so we did too much. What the fuck was she doing there? She wanted to get her to get off. In silence. Yeah, that story's a whole new. That one's wild. I wasn't expecting her name to be involved.
Starting point is 04:31:06 Listen. Well, she's Cassie's like good friend. Yeah. She was there. So, but remember then acted the street. What do you say? Something about. I can remember.
Starting point is 04:31:19 what act read he read something I don't know if it was Lauren London who said it or something like but it was a little aggressive like or close the door some show something like that I can't remember what it was I have to go back and look
Starting point is 04:31:33 but it sounded like she was being there with it like running the room it was like she was fucking puff as well yeah like that's it sounds like she might have been like you know like a team manager You know how, like, on basketball team, they got the girls who got the water bottle. She might be the water bottle.
Starting point is 04:31:52 That's what I, that's the vibe I got. Like, she was like, manager. Yo, y'all are, bro, damn, man. It's all management, you know what I'm saying? Hey, listen, I'm about to get off here, though. I'm not going to lie, yo. Yeah, I'll tell you, A, can you end this? Because I got to go on Twitter and do the wrong.
Starting point is 04:32:10 They call with me. She's 22. No, no, no, yeah, no. Go ahead. Go ahead. Go turn up. And I'll let you all you know when I'll be on Clubhouse and we can. could figure out.
Starting point is 04:32:18 Yes. All right. Take it easy, bro. You're gonna do the Twitter spice. All right. My boy Snapper man. And of course,
Starting point is 04:32:25 Kareen here. Everybody else in here, you know what I mean? Shot to Lady Shan. Shout to a, uh, uh,
Starting point is 04:32:30 uh, Stony. And so, I got one question. Whoa. Yo, so I know you say you'd be on your DIY shit, right?
Starting point is 04:32:39 Yeah. When you're going to show us a a finished product, man? Because like, the only thing we need about this stuff in your career, you lose
Starting point is 04:32:47 like a hoarder bro i just want to make sure you not turn to a hoarder and you actually like oh my yo i got i'm telling you i got a heated heated toilet with the little bidet shit i had this shit fire love it love it you guys like yo i got to show y'all yo so over there that's where my jimmy's at yo over there's where my jimmy's that yo this is how geeky i am right over there my gym is at there's a space that i'm about to make into a theater room so i'm about to build uh two walls and then I bought a towel everything. I ripped up my carpet and I really looked at myself
Starting point is 04:33:21 and I said, you, I've been ripping up my house for the last like six months and I haven't finished one product. Oh, no. That's us. We're going to finish. I know you're going to finish.
Starting point is 04:33:32 But it's like, you're going to be a hoarder in that big asshouse. That's fucking anxiety. Yeah. No, it is anxiety. It takes a lot to renovate something. I'm telling you. I have to have someone to come and do it.
Starting point is 04:33:44 No, no, I don't need. No, I don't even, I'd rather you do it, learn it yourself and do it. Because I had somebody come to my apartment and they ran off with the money. They didn't even finished all the jobs. Oh, no. Now, this one's going on. Yo, you, this is, um, Karii, if I don't come with results, let's say by July 1st, I want you to tell me like, yo, I can't get up, bro.
Starting point is 04:34:06 I want you. You're a hoarder, bro. You don't, you only build on Fortnite, you know. That is a tourist treat. You only build on Fortnite, nigger. I got, I got every tool in the book. Like, yo, today, like, so I was looking at some shit. So I got, I got five or six nail guns.
Starting point is 04:34:29 Don't even ask me why. Oh, Lord. So one of them goes into the concrete. So on this level, so, you know, I don't know if you know how houses are built, at least in Jersey. Like, so this is like concrete, like Florida or whatever. Yeah. So I ripped up the carpet. I ripped up the carpet.
Starting point is 04:34:43 There's a thing, carpet thing underneath. I ripped that up. So now it's concrete. So now I got to build. I got to frame out walls. That's going to be my, what do you call it again? I said a theater room. But I was waiting for the thing to,
Starting point is 04:34:58 because I got like, trust me. I got, you should get some heated floors. No, that's anxiety. Yo, that sounds very much.
Starting point is 04:35:09 Just like someone to do it. Yo, I literally bought. I literally. Let him finish the bathroom. No, just pay someone. You know, it just came yesterday. I bought the heated floor shit.
Starting point is 04:35:21 Hold on, no, I'm out of the street. Oh, you bought the heated floors, though? We're on the same time of time. It's okay, bro. If you're a hoarder, bro, it's accepted so you can get help, bro. Dazia, yeah, anxiety. I just pay someone. I can't do all that shit.
Starting point is 04:35:37 And it's living in chaos. You're living in a construction site. You got. Get it done. You get there, yeah, matter of fact. Let me not. If you need help, let me know. Yeah, blink twice.
Starting point is 04:35:46 because yeah that's that's anxiety I would just pay someone like if you could do some of the smaller bits I know what you're saying people nah I can't be having carpet ripped up floor and ripped up yeah
Starting point is 04:36:02 yeah but he doesn't even yeah no it's not for the theatre room he should be able to but then who's going to mount the big ass TV on the on the wall that's the least of it were worries I hope he do the walls
Starting point is 04:36:16 the same fucking height no uneasable but yeah that's that's so anxiety man ripping up floors but I guess he's not living amongst it he could just be in another part of the house so he don't really have to
Starting point is 04:36:31 be sitting in it I hope yeah where's he gone gone to get I had to bring on anyway what did you what did you gone to get
Starting point is 04:36:43 okay here I go so this is a thermostat that is going to be for my heated floors on this level. Everything is going to be marble. Put it in the wall, they go. Yeah, I just got it. I just got it. I got it like, do it.
Starting point is 04:36:58 And then, so with heated floors, I put down this thing. It's called Schluter Dietra. And then this basically is like a bunch of wires. These are the wires you put. These are the things that get hot. And it goes underneath the tile that heat the tile. so for real yeah you're serious
Starting point is 04:37:17 yo at you don't have to do that yo at nigga say yourself the trouble in the headache don't hire somebody bro you're gonna have to hire somebody anyway
Starting point is 04:37:27 just one part yeah you know I'm doing this yo you know you think you can do it yo yeah
Starting point is 04:37:34 I told you July 1st if I don't have one project done y'all can all tell me give it up it's a rap yeah
Starting point is 04:37:42 let's see I'll help you at that some point. You know, Horn is anonymous, I would be. I don't make the camera for hoarders.
