So what I'm trying to say, what we're seeing is discovery. We're not seeing new info. It's discovery. The only new info is affidavits. Affidavit from the driver, which has been in for a few months. Affidavit from Kelsey's bodyguard, which has been in for a week. And, yeah, that's pretty much it.

So the first three shots is her trying to shoot Meg. Or, I don't know, try to scare me. I don't know what if she's. It was really trashed.

But come on, you shot out. The next two shots, Tori, blah, blah, blah. Okay, bet. After that happened, first of all, everybody's drunk. Tori's stupid ass don't tell the cops nothing. You know what I said? I want to see the full interrogation footage because I want to see if, is Tori that stupid

that Tori didn't even tell the cops they were fighting? Like, you know the cops ignored the idea that the women were fighting. Because think about this. They charged Tori for a shooting and never acknowledged Tori supposedly wasn't the main one fighting. It was two women who were fighting. She said, I'm walking away. It was the woman firing. The woman fired. So now when she turned back after the first three shots, because there's a pause, she sees Tori fighting with the gun. I could make something up. So if they said you rob a bank, right? And they found, let's say the only thing they had that they thought you robbed the bank is that someone was wearing a blue shirt. Okay? And then

let's say that day when they're doing the investigation, they found two people that was wearing a blue shirt. They found you and they found somebody else. They interviewed the other person, the other person said, yes, I robbed the bank. Also, on the video of the robbing of the bank, the person is four foot or it looks four foot, but you're six foot. They charged you, they charged you for robbing the bank and they use the video of, um, the four foot person. Yes,

the four foot person, but all they want to focus on, you had a blue shirt when they picked you up. And they never let you know that they interviewed somebody else that admitted to the crime. That was also four um that was also wearing blue that was four foot that's called what's called a brady violation it's a really serious it means it's a unethical prosecution of a resident so okay body cam footage it is standard and normal it's been that way for at least 10 years now if you get arrested there's channels dedicated to around body cam footage all of this body cam stuff not only is it in evidence it's in discovery So what happens is before Tori goes to trial, they have to turn over everything they have or plan to use.

That means Tori got it. So here's the thing. Yeah. I can't like, and again, I'm just being, because I don't want to be like, again, Tori's my man's, but I don't know to lie. Yeah. I say, oh, this is new. That means I need to operate and say, Tori needs to sue California because he just got this. it's impossible.

Now, what I think Tori's team is trying to do they're not giving clear instructions of how they want people to feel, but we're going to feel how we're going to feel. Why? Because we never saw what was shown in court. We don't know what was in discovery, right? So it is a reasonable conclusion

that when after you see this, you're like, wait, how did you get found guilty? I agree. When you see, it's like, how do you get found guilty? So that's why I say, I got to blame the lawyer. Either the lawyer, his lawyer, or I got to say the system railroaded him. But I can't sit here and act like this is new.

This is not new info. Could it be two things, the both things, the system railroaded him and he had really negligent lawyers? We had the lawyers. I agree. Because there's no reason why that noticam footage is available. And this is the first time I'm hearing about it with the neighbors and the body can footage. I can't believe that was in border after the neighbor was flipped.

Okay. That's crazy. So what happened, and I know some people said it wasn't presented in court, the statements were mentioned in court about what not only Sean Kelly said that night, but he had spoken to police afterwards. Those things were mentioned in court. Here's the thing about when people say, things to police or say things before.

Now, all right, let me give you another example. Okay, you just seen a bank robbery, right? The police show up. They said, who robbed the bank?

He said, he was a guy in a red shirt, blah, blah, blah, blah, right? Cool. That is really, that's really good evidence, right? You just experienced it.

You just witnessed it. Here's the thing. Nothing trumps you going to court and going under oath because the state is being there. So what happened is The Sean Kelly shit is real

If he stuck with that and then, you know, obviously the case went out how it went, if he now comes out and said, the prosecutor scared me and said if I didn't say what they wanted me to say and if I didn't flip on Tory, they were going to try to get me on these charges. Tori's out. But Tori lost the case because this witness, and here's a problem, too.

And by the way, I've read all the appellate, you see, like, this is why I said, like, I can't play stupid. I've read every appellate brief and supporting information. You know why the prosecutors didn't call Sean Kelly? Sean Kelly said one thing that night. The next day they said something, he said something else. And they tried to talk to him to see if he was going to be a, a. witness that was going to be reliable for a trial and he said something else too. So he was having changing stories and they felt that his stories was changing via the media.

Okay. Oh, okay. So they said we're not calling it. Right. Tori calls him and again, now I'm back on Tori's lawyers. Just like how the prosecutor just sat down with Capricorn Clark, just sat down with this gay stylist right before. for just like how to sit down with Cassie right before trial.

Right. You got to make sure this person is going to back up what you think they're going to say because it happened two years ago. Hey, you said this two years ago. You're going to say this again, right? All right, Ben, cool, let's go. Whatever. The prosecutors in the federal ship versus Diddy did they're crossing their T's and dot in their eyes.

They're bringing them in right before, like right before trial started because they can't bring them up once they're sworn in and you can't talk to them. Independent. You can't. Like that's unethical. So they brought them in all in. that's why they keep saying, March, March or early April. The trial didn't start early April.

It started in April. So they brought everybody in for Ditty's trial in early April and said, so once again, this is your statement. That's what you're going to say if we call you. They said yes. All right, cool. We'll call you. What happened with this guy, I don't know if Tori's team didn't do it.

He still maintained that he still felt like a woman shot the gun Which kind of could agree with what Tori say now Hey, well a woman No, no, a woman was shooting at Meg Then Tori came in remember this is not about charging Kelsey too did you ever see Tori shooting the gun so the way the jury looked at it is

okay she's testifying that Sean Kelly's testifying that he saw the women shoot the gun and Tori shoot the gun right the prosecutor only charged Tori though and they have no interest in charging Kelsey so because she had immunity they gave her immunity they gave her right and that's it's just

It's so many things to that case. It just shows. Like, it's like almost like, oh, revealing a magic trick. Like, you've seen it in front of your face. You're seeing it over and over, but it's like a magic trick. And that's what I don't like about this case. It's too many loopholes. It's too many, what if, say, who could have done it?

The problem with this case is not only even that, right? There's some hazy, like, portions of what you think could happen. There is a political aspect of it, right? There is an aspect of, hey, listen, you know, and here's the thing. this is not prosecutorial misconduct because every prosecutor's office has what they call discretion, right? For example, let me just,

I'm making something up. Your boyfriend kills somebody, right? He calls you in distress. Yo, come pick me up, you know, something crazy happened. You go pick him up. You drive him away from the scene and he stashes something, maybe a bloody clothes in the back of your trunk.

Should you get charged? Are you accessory after a crime? Or do they have the discretion to say, hey, yeah, that's your boyfriend. you mostly did this because you're a boyfriend. Now, there's a way they could look at him and be like, nah, you ain't like that person either. You and your boyfriend didn't like him.

You plant the crime with them. You're an accessory. They're going to exercise discretion. So it's hard to really argue that because the prosecutor didn't charge Kelsey is discretion. But what we do know, because that's what they're going to say, is either discretion or the youth immunity, what we do know is that politically, they have an incentive to try to incarcerate Tory. They have none to incarcerate Kelsey.

And that's what makes it tricky. Because it's one thing about prosecutorial misconduct versus discretion. The thing with Tory is that it bleeds into politics, and it's in your best interest, especially with a high-profile case. So you guys don't know, DAs get reelected every four years. in California. Okay. So if you guys don't know, and this is why, like, I keep talking about federal versus state.

So a state judge serves for life, a district court judge serves for life. I'll break down federal court real quick. Federal court, so we have a Supreme Court at the top. That's the highest court in the land, the U.S. Supreme Court. Once they're nominated, they're nominated by the president, they serve for life. Then we have circuit court. That's the appellate court for federal court, which, means there's only two levels. If district court, federal court, oh, no, no, well, it's all federal

court, district court, circuit court, then a Supreme Court, right? This is why, like, when Dina was trying to get bail, he was trying to get to the circuit court, but once the circuit court said no, no Supreme Court has ever going to listen to a bail application. Yeah. They want to deal with a constitution. Okay, so a Supreme Court, you serve for life. A district court, which, by the way, the sitting president picks district courts. a district judge. That's why, like, for example, you know, and by the way, it should get really political,

like law really bleeds into politics. That's why when certain laws kind of, you know, they'll file certain cases in Texas that has to do with guns. And then they'll try to get it to the Supreme Court from the Texas jurisdiction because in Texas, usually the judges are going to lean super Republican, not only is the constituents Republican, but also they're in.

interpretation of the law is super republican. Okay, I know I'm getting like really complex here, but let me just make sure. No, I get it though. So, so we like when you get, break it down. So we have Supreme Court, they serve for life. Circuit Court, serve for life. By the way, circuit court are just promoted judges from district court. So it's not magistrate circuit is, that supersedes that.

It superseded from that. You beat me to the next step. I can tell like you, you're privy to this a little bit more. So beneath that is magistrate judges are, it's called intake judges. Magistrate judges technically get appointed or hired by district court judges. So that's why they rarely give bail because they're never going to do a case. Magistrate judges don't do cases. They do intake.

They do arraignments. They do bail applications. They'll do certain things, but you could submit anything to them, but they won't, they won't decide. Like, for example, in the Dirk case, they brought it back all the way down to the magistrate judge because the magistrate judge is going to basically stamp the indictment that gets you locked up. So when they said the indictment is kind of fake because they provided fake info,

they brought it back to the magistrate judge for Dirk. And then that person is going to say no. Then they're going to go to the, by the way, Drew Finland said it was on my show and other places. Then it's going to go to the district judge. However, here's the thing. Magistrate judges, they serve about six years if I'm wrong. I could Google it right now.

How long do they serve? How long does federal magistrate judges serve? No. How long does federal magistrate judges serve? Okay, let me just make sure everybody can see it. Okay. Okay. It's a renewable term.

They're appointed eight years. Okay? So, like, for example, if I'm a district judge, if I'm a district judge, I'm going to have a certain magistrate working for me. And by the way, federal court works way way way, way more efficiently and quicker. This is why Diddy is going to trial in the year.

By the way, this is why even in a big U situation, they could go to trial real quick. The feds are ready. That's why everybody but Big U said, we want to push it back. Because the feds are ready. The feds is not dragging their feet. In state court,

they might have a domestic violence situation. They might have a break in an entry. They could have little petty cases that really they don't have faith in, but maybe the resident wants to press charges rather than the AUSA. Okay, so cool. So that's federal court. So we have a magistrate serves eight years, okay? The part-time magistrate does four years, a full-time does eight years, okay?

District court judges, they serve for life. Circuit court judges serve for life. United States Supreme Court judges serve for life. Okay, perfect. Okay. Now, beyond, I don't even know why I even got to. into this. Wait, what was the result? It was me. You're explaining

the difference between the federal level, state level, and city and a municipality level. Yeah, yeah. So when it comes to those particular things, it's like you have to play those games very

differently. The difference in like a state court, right? Like when it comes to like Tory lanes, right? Yeah. Okay, also, oh, So I just explain the judges. I got to explain this next thing. U.S. attorneys.

U.S. attorneys are the prosecutors. So in usual counties or, you know, certain places they don't do counties. They do them. Like, for example, you have, what do you call? Like, Pennsylvania, they call themselves the Commonwealth. Like, Pennsylvania is a commonwealth. They have different, like, how they district themselves. Like, most places have counties.

Do you have a county where you live? Oh, well, are you from overseas? You sound British. Yeah, yeah, but we have counties. Okay, so most states have counties, right? The way how state court is broken down, state court, the highest court in state court is a state Supreme Court. By the way, the state Supreme Court also answers to the United States Supreme Court. So the United States Supreme Court, there's two different ways to get stuff to the United States Supreme Court through federal court or all the way through state court.

So in every state, right, all 50 states, you have. a state Supreme Court and then beyond that you usually have you know in what places that have counties is called a Superior Court so in Superior Court is usually the higher county courts and then okay beyond the county courts you'll have what's called municipality courts so how it's broken up is hey you j-walk your dog pissed on somebody's lawn yo you parked your car wrong municipalities deal with that they're usually just cutting deals there's no trials they're not to do trials. Of course you get a trial, but they're going to give you a deal. Yeah. It's low level.

Low level. Yeah, we have it here. County court here. Then if you if you slap your girl or something like that, anything that could be close to a felony, you get to superior court, right? They usually have an appellate version of that because everybody has to have an appellate version because appellate shit goes to the Supreme Court. Anyway, to make his short here it is. U.S. attorneys, the people who process, prosecute, right? So in these, in, in Dittie's case, the U.S. attorney is like Fonnie Willis. Fonnie Willis is a district attorney though. She's a district. She's on a stay level. Yeah. On with U.S. attorneys, they rarely sit in on cases. Like maybe if Trump's can charge,

but like other than that, they have a whole office, which are AUSA's assistant U.S. attorneys, right? So they're going to do the most of the shit. Like on Dini's case, there's six white women who are assisting U.S. attorneys as false case. the U.S. The AUSAs, and we could Google it, how long does AUSA serve? Okay. Now, those positions are like the team

that are usually associated with the U.S. attorneys. U.S. attorneys are, they usually serve like four years, or it's usually they could be appointed by the president. by the governor which is pretty much you know the top dude in the state but let's look at Los Angeles County because that's where L.A. is in Los Angeles County election results right and all elections ran concurrent in 2024 let's look at

election results we're going to see the guy who lost. So this is the senator. Now we don't want to see the senator. Okay, let's jump to not the senator. Okay, 2024. Here we go. The general election. I think that's when he got voted out. Not the senator.

He was, he was, he really did this thing with his assistant DAs, which are called ADAs to railroad, right, which is a bot and I forgot there was another, I believe Asian woman. I honestly, I'm wrong about that. But anyway, those were the two like, theAs that, that prosecuted Tori. Tori was saying, look, look, we could Google it. Tori Lanes, Tori Lanes, George Gascom, right?

and look he wrote an open letter to the DA office but you got to remember Tori also claimed the DA was racist right he then wrote a letter and this letter was in 2023 keep in mind Tori has been incarcerated I believe since December 22

It is our contention now that if he is not pardoned or released promptly, he may never come out. And that would be the ultimate injustice is that he gets killed in prison for some. Okay. They didn't say it there, but there was, um, they had mentioned before that they

felt that the, the George Gascon, um, operated in a way, that was Look, it says Tori Lane's pen to open letters of George Gascon. Okay, anyway, just to make it short, he's no longer the DA,

okay? Now, here's the thing. At this point, right, because what happens is now that he's in state prison, everything that goes up in appeal, it's no longer with him in that DA. It can't, it doesn't even go to the DA's office.

It actually goes to the state. and because the higher court, as I've mentioned, the court system, right? Because he's in superior court, the highest court is going to be essentially the, what do you call it again, the law, not law sentence, the California state Supreme Court. And all matters in California is managed by what's called an attorney general. So there's an attorney general of California. that person responds only to one person who is Gavin Newsom

and he's been the person filing these appellate or, I mean his team appellate brief responses to Tory and I guess the point what I'm trying to say is that if you look at this politically and we could believe and I do think that Tory

you know just based on what I'm seeing there should have been more than enough reasonable doubt that he should have not been convicted, but there is a conviction in place. And once there's a conviction in place, you've got to look at avenues and areas how he could escape it or he could get out. Everything goes to one man, Gavin Newsom,

whether he got to change a heart, there has to be some pressure on him. And this is why, you know, after he was writing letters, Toy was writing letters to George Gascon, he got voted out. And by the way, shit, if you ask me, you never know. Maybe George Gascom, you know, you see, it's not an election year.

You know Fonny Willis, who chose to prosecute Yif and Lucci, wrote a letter on behalf of Yifin Lucci. Why do you think she was up for re-election? She won re-election. Now, House of Representatives, someone who's in the House of Representatives for any state or district or district in a state, they serve two years, right? Let me just mention right. House of Representatives time in office. I think it's two years, right? Yeah, they serve a two-year term. So they're constantly up for re-election, right? She got elected last year.

What usually happens is you've got to take a few big issues and try to get them to completion to guarantee you're going to come back to next time. Because the House of Representatives, they clear people out all the time. Senators, I believe how long, is a senator term. Everybody should know that Congress is made up of House of Representatives, which, you know, is like hundreds of people and senators, which is two per state. And a senator

currently, I think he used to be different, currently serves six years. So a senator is more, you know, but a House of Representatives, there's a quick turnaround. Exactly.
