Starting point is 00:00:00 Stairs, wake the fuck back up and walk all the way back over. I walk back three times to finish the song. Like, my mama's like, you get in this song out. Hmm. And now we got the, so we have the video version, but we need the top five version. Yo, what? Do we have, like, the copy of the top five version so we can, like,
Starting point is 00:00:27 copy it and mix it, like. The one that was on stream or the, the fire? Yeah. It's a stream. Yeah, yeah. Okay, let's pull that up. All right, so what it is, is like, you chop the villain version. Okay, let's do it.
Starting point is 00:00:46 Because we got all the information now, but, you know what it. I'm sending, everyone got the video now. All right, streamers, it's time to debut. Because we had the audio wasn't perfect, so you guys really got the debut. Yo, Oleg, so let's hop off so we can work. Okay. stream. All right.
Starting point is 00:01:07 Act, thanks for calling him, man. I always appreciate you. Man, God bless. I appreciate it. God bless. I talk to you soon. I love you, no cousin. All right.
Starting point is 00:04:20 God damn it. I knew, yo, chat, I knew it was 911 when I seen Grand Wizard call me. When Grand called me, I know it's a problem. My bad. Anyway, what I was saying is that,
Starting point is 00:04:35 chat, I think that was cool. I don't have a problem with yay, premiering songs in our platform. I appreciate yay. I think there are people who are, you know, they want to silence him and they've tried to do so much in trying to cancel him. They want people who maybe like me or maybe sneak or other people, they're going to be like, yo, if you stand next to him or if you interview him,
Starting point is 00:04:57 that means you agree with him. No, that don't mean that at all, right? Like, again, I thought the song was kind of, it's a lit song in the terms of the beat is popping, but that's not really the chorus I really want to sing. Just like the other chorus for cousins. I don't really want to sing that. But do I think it's a catchy song? It might be catchy.
Starting point is 00:05:17 You could still do content with Ye, or you could still do interviews or share your platform with them without agreeing with everything he says. And I think there's a lot of hypocrisy going around where people, they'll be like, for example, I did an interview with him and he's wearing the KKK hood. And some, you know, some people say, oh, my God, I would never. But then they cover it. They only cover it, but they want to cover it and show them as the better person, quote, quote, by bashing him. But if you really felt that way, you would never pay any attention to it. But everybody can't stop looking away from Yey. Right.
Starting point is 00:05:51 And I keep saying that Yee really can't be canceled. People are just, they're kind of holding out on, yo, eventually he's just going to come over to our side with how we think. And I think Ye has just shown us over the last 15 plus years. Yo, that's not, he's not a puppet for your agenda. He's going to do him. And at times, maybe you agree with them or you don't agree with them so you could jump on and off the bandwagon pause whenever you want, but it is what it is.
Starting point is 00:06:15 And I don't think it should be radioactive for anybody who goes next to him, as long as those people are having their own autonomous views in terms of what they think. Okay? I don't know nothing about Hitler like that to be talking about Hitler in a positive way or whatever. I only know what I've read in books. It wasn't that positive, okay? Yeah, it has a different point of view perspective.
Starting point is 00:06:32 Again, it turns out to be art. And here's a thing, too. Like we have songs that basically has celebrated murderers, celebrated all the type of people who probably shouldn't have gotten celebrated. Yet those things we don't see as, hey, these things or anyone who does this should be removed from our platforms. But again, it also kind of does matter who you criticize or who you try to uplift. Because if there was a song saying, yo, shout out King Bond. and some people have accused King Vaughn of being a serial killer
Starting point is 00:07:05 like platforms ain't trying to take that down that should be bumping you know what I mean like yo so again it's up to what you guys think and also what offends you and I do think everybody reserves the right to say yo yay saying some shit they're not liking you can step away but I do think that
Starting point is 00:07:21 you know there's always going to be an outlet for it honestly anyway we're going to get back into what we've been doing if you guys did go over kick shout to y'all shout to my people over at kick um and even rumble make an account over there because at times when we can stream certain stuff on youtube again we just don't know what it could have been i thought this shit was going to be on some shit with niggis and like kkk out not kk um nazi outfits and like doing the march
Starting point is 00:07:46 and doing all that it wasn't that um so i probably could have stayed on youtube but just to be safe because i didn't get a chance to preview it or look at it that's why we went off so we're back on and we are going to continue the stream and yes we're going right back into the NBA young boy content as we just did. Okay? So if you guys don't know right before we spoke with Yeh and spoke with Sneakos, suit to Sneiko for sending that up, we were going over this arrest footage of not necessarily arrest footage, but this was a search warrant footage from NBA Young Boys' Gravedigger
Starting point is 00:08:19 Mountain House where the feds, or not feds, but actually State Swat, raided his house to search for evidence of a crime, which would be forgery, drug-related defenses and also identity fraud okay so we'll get back into that now remember they have him cuffed and they're gonna continue with their search warrant he say he says he's just got a search warrant yeah you know right now like right okay come over we're not we're talking on the phone this is pretty cooperative hey guy in the black jacket walked towards me keep those hands up guy in the red jacket Hey, time, all right.
Starting point is 00:09:18 Okay, go ahead and stop. Face away from me. Interlock this. Hey, did we say we can put these kids in the bear cat with no shoes on? Hey. Hey, no, don't talk to him. We don't want to get in this car. We don't know what's in there.
Starting point is 00:09:36 We're okay. I don't care if you picks them up though. What was that? No. Pick them up? I get him up on the turn. I still want them on the ground, you know what I'm saying? You got it?
Starting point is 00:09:48 You got it. You're good, man. You're good. good. Okay. We want to put them in this car? Spinter. All right. The turn. All right. Who's that? Yeah, we're going to get these guys out and get you in. I say, turn allowed. You're too. Yeah. Yeah. We're going to get all you guys.
Starting point is 00:10:10 Wow. You see how they move? So they bring it the first tactical van, which is clearly bulletproof this and third. Now they're bringing more guys. This is how much they think this place. They don't know what they're going to find. They're coming with guys armed to the fucking tea. Now, what I suspect is going to happen is these people are only to clear the area. Let's make sure there's nobody with guns. Nobody's popping up. And then we're going to have, you know, some, you know, because these SWAT guys aren't the people that were going to search. They're going to have regular law enforcement or detectives kind of do the search, right? Because these guys are just to get the area secured, but you see how much guns they're coming with.
Starting point is 00:10:46 You get them one second, get the stuff out and then we'll get you all in there, okay? Hey, hey, hey, excuse me, everything opened up, man. Everything open, I go from... Oh, so he's saying everything's open, please don't break nothing. We won't, we won't. We will work 100% with you, okay? Actually, let's do this. Let's have you hold on if you don't want stuff broken.
Starting point is 00:11:09 Let's have you stay up here, at least get them in a nice form. It's true. Come. Hey, pull forward a little bit. Hey, hold on one second. He's going to turn around. Tim, you want to keep him up here in case once you do secondaries?
Starting point is 00:11:29 Do you got keys and stuff if we need them? Not on you? Everything's open. Okay. Okay. So what? I want one on front. I want to use the back and get them to drive you down with here.
Starting point is 00:11:47 I only got cheese so if you're going to drive you down with you. I only got two. So if you have a hold of somebody, just stay in there with them and then we'll bring you back up in the second. And yeah, this is the house. Yeah, you see these mountains? This is what I was trying to say. Like, there's only one way to get up here. It's a fucking dead end.
Starting point is 00:12:07 You see a big-ass rocky. Like, how to fuck, where's that house? You don't even see the house. When you get to the end of the regular road, you don't even see a house. You see a blocked off path that you got to get up and you eventually get over here. The only other way, other than that where there's mad security, you'd have to come over this hill. to get to this house, and they have people that kind of flank the hills. So before you get to the house, it would shoot you dead.
Starting point is 00:12:31 You get what I'm saying? This is like really a really nice place to be strategically and tactically when you have like real good security. Because if you're going to try to come, you're not going to go up the regular way. The only way to go to his house, you got to come over this hill and they're going to shoot you. By the time you get down here, like, you know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:12:48 You're getting shot. I think this is Jason right here. I think this is the engineer. And you get to see even behind the house here, there's a taller hill. So the only way to access this place, you have to come over a big-ass hill, which it's, it's, there's really no path to come up here. There's really no paths to come up here, especially when it's snowing. So like, you got to be hitchhiking and even try to go do some shit. All right, do you want to load everyone else up in there?
Starting point is 00:13:44 These two? You guys want to go hop in that? We're going to drive down to the bottom. We're going to get all our stuff back in here? Absolutely, absolutely. Hey, so Brady, go ahead. Now, I think this is OG3 right here. Jason.
Starting point is 00:14:06 Hey, V Byrd. Jason, we had talked about keeping him up here only because he said if there's anything rather than breaking anything, we'll make sure we have access to everything. bring him back up. Yeah, bring him down first. Okay, all right.
Starting point is 00:14:20 Let's be. All right. Yeah, so there's still like clear in the area. Pretty big house. You know, there's also mountainous parts. These cops, you know, with the SWAT team, they're going to cross your T's dot their eyes. They just got access to this part. They're going to have to check some perimeter, establish a perimeter around this mountainous type shit because who knows?
Starting point is 00:14:38 Somebody could run the, I mean, run from the mountains and fucking start shooting them up while they're searching a house. So they're going to have to establish a perimeter around the shit. because this shit's kind of protected by natural, you know, resources like fucking or natural whatever, like hills. And then once they've secured it, then they're going to search. So they're saying they don't need them now. Let them secure the perimeter. Then they'll bring them up if they get to a safe or something that they can't open.
Starting point is 00:15:02 And instead of breaking it, they'll just be like, give us the code or we're going to break it, right? You copy that. We're not going to break anything. Wait, hold on. What the fuck? Did I click off? Yo, live on Lake Tree. you bought the Academy Star sweatshirt and you didn't get it.
Starting point is 00:15:20 Just send the store a message. My boy Verseli, he does all the merch for me. So he'll respond to you like within a day or two. But if you bought something and didn't get it from the merch shop, he'll absolutely get it for you 100%. By the way, if you guys are wondering, merch link could buy him. Jason, we had talked about keeping him up here
Starting point is 00:15:36 only because he said if there's anything rather than break anything, we'll make sure we have access to everything. We can probably bring him back up. Yeah, bring him down first. Okay, all right. Let's decide that. All right. You copy that.
Starting point is 00:15:48 We're not going to break anything. We're not going to break anything. Joe, what the hell happened in the Boston game? Niggins says secure the perimeter. Boston can't do that. What? All right. All right.
Starting point is 00:16:03 All right. All right. So look like it's YB. I think this is three. And then I think this is Jason right here. And these guys are the security. And look like they're going to just take them down to probably a little bit more. secure space where they're probably stand by Brady come with us yeah we're going in
Starting point is 00:16:33 T's J coming here all right let's speed this up a little bit all right there we're good then look how much law enforcement are here god damn beautiful house huh We'll make sure you get a copy as soon as we get out here. Now it's interesting. I know it's a search warrant, but I'm wondering if they find something, they're going to take him in custody. They keep acting like they're not going to take him in custody. But if they find something in there, they're going to take him in custody immediately.
Starting point is 00:17:31 They're not going to be like, oh, okay, we found it. We found some guns and some stuff you shouldn't have. We'll come back. They're going to just take him in custody, right? That's up? There's Sam's down there. All right, we'll get you at one at a time. Make you know what falls.
Starting point is 00:17:52 Hey, Sam. All right, man, go ahead, man. Anyone that's yet not cuff is gonna be easier. Sam, you want to take your kids? Okay, yeah, why don't you hold on for a second? Man, you hold on for a second. We'll find out. Okay.
Starting point is 00:18:14 Got slides and these got slides, if we could get them to see somebody who can get them. Ironically, they drive for like three, four minutes. They're still not at the bottom of the fucking hill. You know, I mean? They're at like this is where the barn is at. One second. They're going to use the slides.
Starting point is 00:18:32 Is it, can't tell me your name really quick? Is it, I don't want to say it wrong. This is one of the checkpoints. Now, these guys here that say police, they're going to be doing the surgeon. Right. So this tactical team is SWAT. They're just here to secure the perimeter, secure people. The police, they're going to be, is going to be probably a detective or two with other
Starting point is 00:19:04 police that have been briefed. were looking for ABC and D, they're going to go look for the shit, okay? So if you're wondering who's who, people in Army gear, SWAT. These guys, the cops, and the cops, and again, remember, I've told you this before, the cops was never going to go up there without SWAT. You know what I mean? That's a big house. We're going back. You just want to walk up?
Starting point is 00:19:59 All right. I'm skipping to this a bit. Back up on everything. Now they're going back up to the house, I believe. Yep, they're back up to the house. So now they're going to search the house. So clearly they're briefing everybody on what's where. Like, yo, this is the layout of the house
Starting point is 00:20:24 because they don't know if they think it's got secret compartments. They might have built a fake wall that they hide drugs behind. They pretty much have given, yo, listen, the house should look like this. So when we go in there, be aware that there's might, because they're not going to just knock down every fucking wall, right? But they'll be able to easily identify
Starting point is 00:20:41 if the original blueprints, there's some other shit there that might be to conceal drugs. Like, for example, obviously, we like the cartel and shit like that. They always built fake rooms and fake walls and have things on the shower. that they could escape you know all these other things you know what I'm saying? Okay, let's you go up. We're having to help them.
Starting point is 00:21:00 They're the rest of it. Everybody's gonna do what? Okay. They're still clearing. You guys need backup. Yeah, we will be. So now they're clearing the house. Just keep going?
Starting point is 00:21:17 Yeah. Hey, want to check out far? I'm on left. You can't go? Yeah. We got the elevator here? To the hall? I got the garage.
Starting point is 00:22:18 Anyone know? This hallway? Yo, look how petty the cops are when they edit the body cam footage. They blur out everybody's face, but YB. So when they give you these things Only the suspect they could show So they can't show no kids Nobody else except YB
Starting point is 00:22:34 So they blurred every other face out Except YBs Yeah, yeah Oh my gosh I got the old Oh my gosh We got four Let's take it
Starting point is 00:22:52 Yeah it's just a better Let's stay by Yeah well I'll get just hold it Oh shit I didn't even know this nigga's house I'm fucking is this an elevator it's an elevator right look it's an elevator right think I've been to the house I didn't even know those elevator what the fuck
Starting point is 00:23:14 okay let's just pull it oh yeah might to push it push open let's be it open towards us slide it fly it no you can't it's an opening it were nothing no it's here okay anyway so it doesn't really show it's probably a really long and probably going to be a part two or part three of this video where they actually do find stuff they did take him into custody that night on on new charges uh they did not just let him go free so that's kind of what happened all right people all right all right we're getting there tonight we're getting there tonight we're getting there tonight by the way uh we have went from one thousand subs on kick we now got 3.5k let's get up to 5k come on man
Starting point is 00:24:07 we're new to kick. We got to run it up, Ben. We got to run it up. All right, Ben. What else did I have going on? What else did I have going on? We did Bobby already. We did Bobby. Okay, we did Bobby. We did YB. Now, I think it's time for the Diddy update, unless we want to do Jack Doherty or his chain going on a greasyneck tour, or do do finesse two times, right? Okay, let's do this update real quick. So let's go to New York Post, right? NYPost.com. An explosive, an explosive, an explosive, explosive article came out today
Starting point is 00:25:11 that essentially, you know, brought up a story that we thought was dead. Now, if you guys don't know, let me see. Okay, here we go. Wow, here we go. What the fuck is this? Sean Combs prosecutors admit they might go to trial without a key witness. Wow, let's see what's this about.
Starting point is 00:25:33 A woman said to testify that Sean Combs coerced her into sexual acts. I'm like, God, with a fucking ass, bro. May not take the stand, Fed's say. Possibly delivering a blow to the high-profile prosecution before a jury is even seated. The witness dubbed his victim three has been expected to tell jurors that Combs sexually sexually exploited her during his alleged decades long reign of sexual terror. But the prosecution team admitted that during jury selection this week, that it's been having trouble contacting the person or her lawyer
Starting point is 00:26:03 who's been dealing with undisclosed personal issues. Wow. I don't know if Did he paid him off, but one of the witnesses is like, I got my bread, I'm good. I never wanted this thing to go to jail anyway. I just wanted Didi, I just wanted brother love to show me some love. Okay? So Witness 3 is like, peace.
Starting point is 00:26:22 Duceus. So Cassie, she's, she's elite. And the second person, we don't know yet who, I haven't even been able to pinpoint who it could be. But Witness 3 is like, doces, you feel me? King Combs just gave me the back. I'm out of here. I'm not trying to, you know what I mean, like, yo, it is what it is. All I wanted, I told that bitch ass thing. He should have paid me from the get go. I wouldn't have been no witness in no motherfucking case. It's clear. Well, actually, I don't want to insinuate that. Did he pay nobody off? But come on. Hey, we all knew what this was, Chad. All these motherfuckers wanted was some bread.
Starting point is 00:26:59 All these motherfuckers wanted was some bread. Bag secured. I'm out of here. Bag secured. Back secured. Peace out. I'm out of here, right? Okay.
Starting point is 00:27:21 Now, let's see. You said, we do not know if she intends to appear. Chat, you know what this looked like? Remember when they couldn't find a driver in the Tori's case? it's a way to drive her at we don't know the niggins showed up on the last day of trial
Starting point is 00:27:36 we do not know whether she intends to appear and we're trying very hard to find out because we're having trouble communicating with her counsel prosecutor Maureen Coimey which is the daughter
Starting point is 00:27:46 of James Comey former FBI director said on Wednesday when pressed to give an update on a situation Comey who's also worked to the prosecution
Starting point is 00:27:54 that convicted Jeffrey Epstein Madame Gilain Maxwell told the court on Monday that the witness does not live locally It may not even show up. And if we try to enforce a subpoena, even if we try to enforce and try to subpoena her,
Starting point is 00:28:09 and they say they want to call her, if they want to call it. They said a potential pretrial issue come just a week after the Fed say that they have spoken with the woman's lawyer and learned that the accuser planned to use her real name. Okay? During the testimony, rather than the pseudonym
Starting point is 00:28:21 that previously asked she had asked to use. So they were saying that the woman at first was like, nah, y'all can use my. real name, just like how Cassie is supposedly going to use her real name. Except this person just said, I'm going to catch y'all niggas. Okay, I'm going to catch y'all niggas. I'll be back. I'll be back. All right? Prosecutors promised to provide another update on Friday morning when the jury of 12 New Yorkers expected to be finalized in a bombshell racketeer in sex trafficking case. The feds have three more alleged victims set to testify, including Sean Combs's ex-girlfriend
Starting point is 00:28:52 R. R.B. singer, Cassie, and two other women who will testify on the pseudonyms, according to court records. And sources, a fifth accuser will be allowed to testify as well, even though Combs is not specifically charged with any crimes related to her because of her accounts mirrors the coerced accused of the other victims, according to the recent ruling by Judge Arun-submaranian. By the way, me and Vlad were arguing, I don't know what indictment of Vlad was reading. It's five victims. It's five victims, people, five victims, okay?
Starting point is 00:29:21 Only three are expected to testify, okay? The obvious new rapper who was 55 is accused of Hellman of Bad Boys Records at a criminal Enterprise that abusing and assaults of women carried out kidnappings in at least one arson and paid bribes. By the way, this is a predicate act. Actually not predicate act. That's an overt act. They're not going to have to be forced to prove that Diddy blew up Kid Cuddy's car. It's just going to be, as a matter of fact, of testimony in terms of what they call overt act under the RICO charge. Okay. Payed bribes to cover up illicit acts among the eye pop and allegations jurors here. the comb forces sex, his ex-girlfriends,
Starting point is 00:29:57 into drug-fueled days-long sex performances, which call freak-offs, in which combs were masturbate until the partners had sex with male workers. He's pled not guilty to the charges that carry a maximum life imprisonment. Okay. Now, that was the only thing that was kind of a bombshell thing that kind of came down today. What came down today, that was also a bombshell.
Starting point is 00:30:17 Let's see if we could find it. Did he? Can't find it now. See? Did he? Odie. I'm, fuck, here we go. Bingo, got it. So this becomes now important.
Starting point is 00:30:29 Remember that guy who, you know, he ran up in like Trump Doral and he shot up the place and he grabbed like a flag or whatever the case is. Essentially, when he was, you know, he was shot in a leg that day, but when he was questioned by investigators after a girl to the hospital, he basically said he used to be a sex worker and he mentioned Diddy. This is way before. This is in 2018. Way before Diddy was ever. By the way, if I'm speaking fast, I'm not drunk. So if I was drunk, I speak slower. But I'm still off caffeine. caffeine, so I'm on it. I mean, brain fine, a million miles per hour. So Jonathan Odie was, he ran up in Trump Dural, like,
Starting point is 00:31:02 I think he had some issue with Trump or something like that, fucking try to shoot some shit. And then they called the cops, cops showed up, shot his ass. And essentially when being interviewed by the detectives, he brought up really unrelated things. He was like, hey, listen, yo, I used to be a sex worker. I used to be a sex worker for the stars. Like, did he?
Starting point is 00:31:21 Did he used to hire me to fuck Cassie? and basically also admitted that he's on the NDA with and got a payment of around like $5 million, but also he claimed that he contracted herpes from his sexual dealings with, you know, Didy and Cassie, which again, if he's saying it, let's keep that moving. Now, a lot of that was pretty much hearsay, and people said, this guy is kind of full of shit, like, you know, he's just making shit up. But of course, when we see Did he get investigated, we're like, hmm, kind of matches a couple things. He also said a couple other things about Rick Ross and these other people, but we were like, ah, it felt like bullshit until the indictment came.
Starting point is 00:31:58 But even then, we were saying, ah, this guy's still full of shit. Now we get to find out a really explosive thing happening in court. Apparently, actually, I don't know if it was with court. A picture of the NDA actually emerged on Wednesday, which is today, that kind of backed up his story tying him to the rapper. And they're calling the rapper Sean Combs. Let's kind of read through this real quickly. It says this. A former porn star who allegedly shot up Trump's Florida Resorts
Starting point is 00:32:26 before claiming to have been Sean Diddy's comb sex slave had signed an NDA with the disgrace rapper, according to the report. He was arrested in 2018 after he reportedly caught on camera and carrying a U.S. flag ranted about the president as he stormed into the lobby of the Trump National Doral Golf Club before getting into a shootout with the cops. Following his arrest, he made a series of claims to the police, including that he has been kept as a sex slave by Combs,
Starting point is 00:32:49 released video from interview shows. He said, I had sex with Cassie Ventura and Sean Combs. Basically, he would masturbate and tell me what to do to Cassie. I was like a sex slave for them. That's what I was. A picture of the alleged NDA was signed by Odie and Combs in Miami in 2014, emerged on Wednesday seemingly backing the rapper or backing up the porn stars, ties with the rapper who's facing a alleged trial for alleged sexual abuse and trafficking.
Starting point is 00:33:14 He agreed to sign the NDA for $5 million. And it was signed around the same time as he was divorced. his wife, Tonya Trout Wine. She told Daily Mail, which was first published the document. Let me see. Is it a document here? Do we have a picture of the document? Let's see.
Starting point is 00:33:31 Is this recent? Could we? What the fuck? Where is this thing? Oh, you have to subscribe to see it. Okay. So look like they publish it today. Bingo.
Starting point is 00:33:42 Okay, but our lives is completely going to different. So he's talking about his divorce with his wife. He said he met with the around a time at a party at the ultra-exclusive Star Island in Miami Beach, Trout Wine believes. That's his former wife stated about him. As Odie spent less time with his wife, because we're going through a divorce, she believes he started partying more with Combs and Ventura. That's Cassie.
Starting point is 00:33:59 Diddy has just, just has those radiating personalities. And I can tell he really enjoyed the attention. You know, he likes to be the king. Johnny would have played perfectly into that. Johnny is Odie. Trout Wine decided to get out of the marriage. That's the wife, decided to get out of marriage with Odie, because she realized he was having an affair with fellow porn stars.
Starting point is 00:34:17 They said he had filed for divorce in 2014, but they were on still good terms. He kept on his sister. We signed a divorce paperwork, which I thought was very odd, how he wanted to get things going so quickly. It was only later I found out that he had signed this agreement. So apparently his wife now believes that he signed the NDA with Diddy for $5 million. And he wanted to end the divorce proceedings with his wife that he didn't have to bust that $5 million down. Odie claimed that he was just making $2,000 a month as a fitness trainer and that his net worth was a negative $1,800 in divorce documents. despite that, he went on spending spree in less than a month after divorce was finalized,
Starting point is 00:34:51 buying five distressed properties for $760,000 in the space of two months, and that's what property records in Miami Day say. All the properties are purchased mortgage-free, suggesting they were bought with cash. This would have been around the same time that he allegedly got the $5 million from Diddy. So it looked like his purchase and habits after going through a divorce saying he was broke, negative $2,000 in the hole. Basically, he then buys a property or a couple of properties for $800,000. and he buys this cash. So you would think he probably did get that $5 million.
Starting point is 00:35:22 Trout Wine lost contact with Odie until she heard about his dramatic shootout with the cops that made 2018 after carrying the American flag. Okay, he faces charges attempted murder. Okay, who cares about him? Let's get to it. It says, I don't think it's a coincidence. So this is his wife talking. It says, I don't think the things are coincidence.
Starting point is 00:35:37 So if it's anything, any of this is true, that did he abuse casse heroes being aggressive? Johnny would have definitely softened that situation. It would have tolerated the abuse instead. He would have tried to help the situation and make. Cassie not feel bad about it. She says she's spoken to her ex-husband since his arrest and that said he heard his interrogation video with the police had resurfaced in the wake up the damage and allegations of Combs.
Starting point is 00:35:58 Ventura accused Combs. Okay, but we know that. It said, he's scared I will expose him. Okay, this is what the interrogation stuff said. Now, we've seen this interrogation footage before. I'm going to place somewhat, some parts of it. Jonathan Odie interrogation. and let's play the parts about Diddy.
Starting point is 00:36:18 Let's go. So this is a... Ben Mercedes. Okay. Now, some people have watched me. You guys have seen me play this a bunch of times, but I like to keep everything compacted people haven't watched for a long time.
Starting point is 00:36:28 So let me run through this real quick. This is the interview that's being quoted, but this is what he said. This is in 2018 when he was caught after a shootout and he was actually shot when he ran to Trump National Durrell. Let me put the speed at 1.25.
Starting point is 00:36:42 By the way, chat, if I am... If I am, what's going on? If I'm speaking, if I'm speaking too fast, because I could tell him, I'm a little wired. If I'm speaking too fast, just tell me, slow it down. Okay, it's fine. Don't worry. I'm going to start drinking what time is right now.
Starting point is 00:37:05 Ooh, it's time to start drinking. So this is the last thing we have to, like, read. Oh, I'm hitting in plain sight. It's hit that. I think I see what you said. Okay, how do I know this? Yeah, that's what I want to know. How do you know this?
Starting point is 00:37:15 Do you know what you comes? Pop Daddy, Pete Ditty, whatever you call himself these days. Yeah, go ahead. Yeah, he's part of what it's called the Boulaye. The Boulets, the Boulay is a branch of the minority. Okay. It's the black people, okay? I'm from Africa, so I'm not a racist.
Starting point is 00:37:28 Okay, you're my brother, so I like black people. Okay. My mom, I was raised by an African woman in my house, okay? She was just a server, but she was my own machine, you know, took care of. Right. So I love black people. Okay. Um, I settled with Sean, okay? And he belongs to that agenda.
Starting point is 00:37:45 That's why. so famous they'd handle the contracts it's his attorneys which are mark garrigoths and ben messalus now very interestingly enough right remember mark garagos we keep hearing that name who's who's who's who's who's ditty's lawyer now diddy tany garagos which is his daughter so the guy who represented diddy back then in probably getting this settlement with this guy after supposedly he was a sex slave and he he supposedly contracted herpes and whatever the fuck the case is. He got paid off with a $5 million settlement. Supposed supposedly Mark Garagos kind of handled that.
Starting point is 00:38:24 Now, Diddy's charge with sex crimes? Who handles his sex crime? Mark Garagos's daughter, Tenny Garagos. Is it just a coincidence or maybe Diddy has some secrets that he knows the family of the Garigos knows and he's keeping it within the family, you know, all pun intended, right? Bad Boy Entertainment four years and worked for Hillary Rodman for 5, okay? When I'm, I take Charter the threat of death on me, okay? I don't have it, but I can make it available under secrecy. That means that I wouldn't be liable because I don't want to be
Starting point is 00:39:02 getting praying for anything, okay? Um, I had sex with Cassie and Sean. Basically, he would, uh, he would masturbate and talking what I do with Cassie. I had like 15 encounters and I heard lots. Wow. Like, you know, pause. But I'm wondering why Diddy kept, like, we had read in Cassie's lawsuit that Diddy would ask her to find men with big black dicks. Now, if we're going by her lawsuit,
Starting point is 00:39:38 and this is pause, this whole conversation, but it felt like the type of person that Diddy wanted to see have sex with Cassie were black males with large, you know, what they call it, fallacies or whatever, like penises, right? This guy doesn't fit the bill. Now, I'm not talking about his meat. I'm talking about look-wise if we're going off what Cassie said.
Starting point is 00:40:02 It was black men. This guy is not a black man. Why would, did he want this guy? Who knows? Maybe this was a kink or maybe this was Cassie's request. Why did this guy look like he's losing his hair, whatever the case is? Why did I want him to fuck Cassie? Don't know, right?
Starting point is 00:40:19 Now, remember, he also admitted he, He was a porn star. So it's also like that's going to be if sex workers even testify or they're a part of this case. We're going to figure out how were they finding these people. Was Did he and Cassie watching porn together and be like, oh, look at this sex worker right here. We want them to do it, right? A business because what they would do is Sean talks a lot on the phone and on the TV with speaking and stuff. And I was like a sex slave.
Starting point is 00:40:43 Okay. For them, that's what I was. That's all, all right? I caught herpes and I came back and I sat in for the aerobies and I came back and I sat him for the aerobies and wore. But they don't, Mark Garibos, and Ben Messagos were his attorneys, okay? And Christopher Leon, see it was my attorney. They asked me to turn in that, which was the video recording, and I did so. They gave a batch in Mexico and it's possible, I threw everything out, it's possible I can produce a copy.
Starting point is 00:41:12 It's possible, I'm not sure. Now, how does this lead to all from? The Mercedes family, Ben Mercedes, that was with Mark. Mark Garibati. Mark Garabos should be Michael's Jackson attorney. Yeah, out in Los Angeles. Yeah, he had a, yeah, he dropped Michael and they OD him, okay? He didn't overdose. They OD'd he did him because they keep the royalties of the music. Michael alone made $860 million alone last year, okay, in 2017, which who keeps that royalty, the music companies, who represents the media and entertainment in the United States, most of them,
Starting point is 00:41:47 Meseyla Stas, Kenny Mseilis, which is Grubman, Mesey shy out of New York okay so what they've been doing is they've been promoting a hate agenda against Trump so people hate it okay because they know he is very alpha okay very alpha in the sense that she likes money he likes to make money and he likes women and they know they want to be famous in certain ways with stormy with other people because they want him out of the government okay but it's ain't happen because it's too smart for them You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:42:22 You're trying to do, right? Don is intelligence. We have a similar type of intelligence and overview of things. The only thing is he's not seeing that Hillary is a distant cousin of his and Obama have a different plan for him. You can understand? No offense with Obama. I don't know each and every American, but he was part of that 9-11 agenda. He's a CIA agent, and next CIA agent.
Starting point is 00:42:44 That's why there's so much identity issues with Obama. Who knows his real name? They say he was born in Indonesia and he's also born in a Y. Nobody knows. Why? Because he's a ex-C-C-I-A agent. Now, I'm going to be honest with you. It sounded so ridiculous when he said this at the time.
Starting point is 00:43:04 And there's so much in this. I think there's even like some stuff about Rick Ross. I thought that was like not true. And he was like maybe he's mixing the truth with the lie. But like at this point, you might have to kind of look at this guy and be like, you know, let's go back and watch and see everything he said. because you might be spitting some facts here. Basically, Osama bin Laden never existed.
Starting point is 00:43:24 It was a creation of the CIA, and it was a bomb in the cave, talking shit, and looking like an Arab, and then they bombed Twin Towers. Okay, so my problem is, I'm here to expose each and civil one of them to the American public for the crimes committed on September 11, 2001, and therefore, okay?
Starting point is 00:43:47 Tell me, though, how, All of that led up to Thursday, night, Friday morning. Well, I'll be trying, I'll be trying, my settlement put me in a box. Basically, I couldn't talk because I'll be sued. So I let it be, but they've been following me, and they've had, Mark Gerogas had the FBI on me, that's had other agencies looking at me and spying on me, okay,
Starting point is 00:44:09 because they want to set me up as extortionist. Like if I was storing shone for money, it's wrong. Basically what happened is, Dedy St. Ross, which are good buddies, okay? They're gay. Both, Dedy and Ross. Basically what happened is, Dedy and Ross, which are good bodies, okay? They, they're gay.
Starting point is 00:44:33 Both, Dedy and Ross, and Catted. They all gay. Wait, what? Yeah, it's wrong. Basically what happened is, Dedy and Ross, which is a good body, Okay, they're gay. Cool. Both, Dedy and Ross and Katted.
Starting point is 00:44:59 They're all gay, okay. D.J. Cali, Rick, Ross, and P. Ditt, they all gay? Yeah. Gotcha, alright. Kada is a Hamma supporter. Okay. Support. Hamas.
Starting point is 00:45:10 Hamas. It's a harm supporter. Dedy and Ross. And Kada, they all gay, okay. DJ Kalli and Rick, Ross, and P&P, they all gay? Yeah. Got you, right.
Starting point is 00:45:21 Kada is a harm supporter. Does Khalid support Hamas? Does Khalid support Hamas? What the fuck is Hamas? DJ Khalid Hamas. So they just, because there was already fighting guns as a pretext. Well, they're both living there. Jews, fine, that became in high heights and stuff like that.
Starting point is 00:45:52 Who gets mad at me for saying this? That anybody is more human or have a bigger right to life or security than anybody else. the thing that I find amazing if you look at the break and what's also happening now is for the first time in our history reconciled the I had the idea
Starting point is 00:46:12 that horrible shit happens here tell me that the people that are dying that you didn't idea what does they say heavy is the head and DJ Khalid are the most popular Jewish
Starting point is 00:46:26 and Muslim Jewish and Palestinian humans on the planet they should say something. I'm not saying to take a side, but you should say something. And shortly after, Drake made a statement. Well, you know why?
Starting point is 00:46:40 What does they say? Heavy is the head that rest of crime. You were blessed with a voice where you could bring people together. Music, no matter, is a universal language. Like math is a universal language. Like laughter and love are universal language.
Starting point is 00:46:54 You can tell, do you know who changed the... Hamas. Hamas. Yeah, yeah. Sorry, I said the wrong. No, no, no. I'm not supported, okay?
Starting point is 00:47:03 Basically, he's Arab, Palestine, okay? The Surrogh agenda, okay, is basically bench drinking poured out on a yavre. They promote beach drinking and drugs. The hip-up agenda was supported, was laid up by Obama and during his last presidency. Purposely. That's why they had Chewback killed. Because when they kill them, you gain fame. When people, your record sales go up,
Starting point is 00:47:33 and then people listen to your lyrics and everything, and then you become famous. Okay, that's how they do it, all right? Um, Cheapack's still alive. He's gonna kill it. Okay, that's when he started losing me. Um, basically what happens is from the hip-hop agenda is an agenda to move drugs law in the United States.
Starting point is 00:47:54 They move, you need to inform the DEA. They move all the dope. okay all the dope on private jets which don't get screened by my customs inside United States okay
Starting point is 00:48:08 they mean this nigga snitching you know how nobody ever called this nigga snitch we just we're like we're just kind of like enamored by the fact that he's speaking on some of this stuff
Starting point is 00:48:17 but very clear this motherfucker was this thing was snitching snitching up in here what's called high grade power in MDMA They move cocaine and they move liquid cocaine in the bottles too. Okay, so they put the liquid cocaine in the bottles and they move.
Starting point is 00:48:35 I see me liquid cocaine. I'm dragged it myself having sex with Gideon Cassie. Okay, it's not good. He drinks all the time. All right. He calls it Gigi, but it's liquid cocaine. All right. How do I know there's a conspiracy against Trump? Because it's in the Illuminati card deck. He should go to hit you look at it for yourself. But let me bring it back to Thursday night, Friday morning. I mean, how did all of this?
Starting point is 00:48:58 I think I better understand what you're saying, but what I want to know is how did that prompt you? How did that make you do what you did that now? Well, we're getting to a point that his assassination is coming, okay, because it's an agenda that they perpetrating on the media and the news. Example, Madonna is a kind of Mercedes, Ben Mercedes. He has her go on public TV and say, Oh, someone should, I don't think.
Starting point is 00:49:26 us so many times of going up and blowing up the White House. Okay, they gave her that little message. That little message, that little message, okay? Because he said it to Gerovoss, and Gerey gave it to you the same. And they gave it you the time. Okay, now you're gonna need the internet, so I can show you, if I show you the word that you're just gonna go like,
Starting point is 00:49:49 oh fuck. All right, help me understand you. How old are you? I'm 42, I've been through all my life. I've had a great life. I've settled $4.1.25 million dollars with Ditty. Okay, but he's scared that wasn't exposing. I don't want to talk about D D D D D D D D D D.
Starting point is 00:50:03 Oh, man, he wanted to talk about D. He said, I settled for $5.1 million with Ditty. Holy. Let me understand you. I mean, who? I don't, obviously, we never met. I know. I don't know you from Adams, Cattle.
Starting point is 00:50:13 I don't know. We'll get back to the event. I got like 30 years of dogs. I'm good. Where are you from? I was born in South Africa. What town? What's a city?
Starting point is 00:50:22 Newcastle, the VIII. I was from a zoo man. I'm what you call a zoo. Okay. I was born there and then my parents were land on descent from Argentina. They escaped the military dictatorship in Argentina. Pinotchet, all that? No, the Argentino one.
Starting point is 00:50:35 Yeah, my Pinot Shea was a Chile one. Okay, okay, all right. It was like a military dictatorship, I came to real with the names. All right. How many years did you stay in South Africa? A 12, 13, 12 years in South Africa, and I stayed 12 years in Argentina, and then I came here to the United States, and I've been here 20 years since.
Starting point is 00:50:51 Okay. Yeah. 18 years, actually. Parents, so you got a mother and father? They came and he died here with cancer. And mom went back and back home, I think I'll be visiting with my sister here. Okay.
Starting point is 00:51:04 What year did your father pass away? Um, two years ago. Two years ago? Yeah. Did that have any effect on you? I mean, what would you like with your father? Well, I suffered a little childish with a kid. Okay.
Starting point is 00:51:18 And I believe he's not my real dad, but it's okay, you know. All right. I mean, sometimes, you know, maybe, you know, Maybe that's what he thought. Okay, all right. And your mother, where's your mother right now? She's not, I think, an Argentino's traveling in Europe. Okay.
Starting point is 00:51:33 What's your relationship like with her? Distant, but, but, uh, this is okay. But, uh, this was already mean. It was premeditated to give a message to the American father, the wake up call. Investigation, what you do? So, don't tell us, uh, he can back up what you're saying about, pity, PDD and Ross and all that. Okay, all right.
Starting point is 00:51:52 Um, and you said, Gonzales didn't know anything about, You're what you did you didn't talk to him before nothing. Nothing. He knows nothing. He was actually worried about me. He's like, hey, what's up? And I told him, look, man, what's happening is he's trying to pull things down, but then the defense had been harassing him.
Starting point is 00:52:12 The feds. They have a big file of me like this. Because he did it, and Mark Garibov was trying to set me up and knock me up as an extortionist, asking for money. It was not so. My settlement was breached, and my son would turn his view. One was called Peaceful. enjoyment. That means that if I went to your house or I did something, you'd actually pay me
Starting point is 00:52:32 the form out of my time. So I've been going through that since like, came to us. All right. And Gonzales knows about that. You talked to him about that kind of stuff? I talked to him alone because he's the only one that knows this the beginning. And then my ex-wife, she knows she saw the contract, she has a contract, a picture of a contract, talking about. You need a call on an answer for copy of the settlement agreement. Okay. All right. Where do you live at? Where's your house or? Really, go. Any unit 177, just on a road from trunks. You see, I want you live close to Trump. Because I know they don't like being coached Trump.
Starting point is 00:52:59 Understand what I'm saying? They don't like that. So that's what she trots. Okay, all right. You got a roommate, you, let's go down? Okay, all right. How do you get around? You got a car?
Starting point is 00:53:10 Yeah, it looks like a military chief. Okay. Where is that jeep right now? Police have it in custody. Okay, all right. We'll get back to the jeep in a minute. Um, tell me about your employment. What do you do for work right now?
Starting point is 00:53:26 Okay, right now I'm sucking for all with minerals and gemstones. We're in a whole company called Pegasus. Pegasus has been on trading. Okay. That I inherited from my father. Previously, I've been... Well, before you go any further, do you have like an actual office someplace? Do you work from home?
Starting point is 00:53:40 From home. Okay, so you pretty much like online. Yeah, but it's... I get busy two seasons a year. Like, really busy. I get in September and February. So it's like 15 days months off, each one. And then it's like just slide.
Starting point is 00:53:53 Well, what I'm going with that is if you work from home, do you have a computer? Do you, No, I do business. What I think is I threw away everything I had because... Oh, well, before you go, what is everything? What did you, when you say you threw away everything,
Starting point is 00:54:07 what's that? My documents, everything I had, because I know they've been trying to follow me. And I... So he feels like he went through this settlement with Diddy, but Diddy had people on him. And I wonder if Diddy kind of, like, knew, or maybe his team kind of was like,
Starting point is 00:54:22 yo, this guy's a little bit like, cuckoo! You know what I mean? Like, the lulu. Like, Because this guy got the money, but still felt like he was being followed, right? I just don't want, I just don't want my personal info, you know? I got to know. I mean, I think I understand, but I mean, what I'm trying to understand is how can you have a business and not have a computer or work the phone?
Starting point is 00:54:42 Oh, I had it. I just threw them away the same day. I threw it all away. You threw what away? My computers and everything. What are you going away at? The garbage. And you're garbage at your...
Starting point is 00:54:51 Yeah, because they've been spying at me through that. They spy on you through your computer, through your iPhone. They spy you through your T-E's crazy. screen the cameras, even if they off, they match to it. It's called intelligence. The CIA is available. You can do anything. Let me make sure I understand you now.
Starting point is 00:55:04 Now when you say you throw them away, you threw them into like a dumpster or did you just throw them away in your trash can? In my trash can. In my trash can. Okay. Exactly what was it? Just like one computer? No, everything.
Starting point is 00:55:13 My documents, the cellar, my computer, everything. The TV, everything that I've been surveying me on, I took it off because I wanted them to be in the dark. Okay. Because they've been watching me. Now they kind of freaked out, they got spooked out. But it needed to be done. And Donald needs to do his presence, correct.
Starting point is 00:55:33 And he needs to know that these people are running him into the ground, right? The country to the ground. All right, we're going to come back to that. I'm not done with that. But again, I'm trying to help you. I'm trying to understand you, your daily routines, your business, that kind of stuff. But it's, I'm very different than you. I'm very intelligent.
Starting point is 00:55:49 Okay. We all are very intelligent. I can see that, yeah. The thing is, you've been fed the wrong. foods and medicines which blind you okay those most of the pharmaceutical industry is boldest I agree with you yeah I can tell you right now they have you popping pills and they poison you slowly so you die okay that's the truth you don't mean in medicine you're strong you know what I'm saying your body it's called the only
Starting point is 00:56:14 way to come out now it's called immunotherapy that's all you mean vitamin is you're therapy that's all right um about my about my work ethics okay previously that I've worked at in the United States well do I know all of them or as much as you can tell me help me understand I wish you like you work you work for Pegasus right now right but you throw away all your stuff yeah it's a family business really simple it's just like I just need to use square dash yeah let's go back what did you do before Pegasus I worked I took a break off during the settlement I did my research I took care of my dad he had died before that I did investment real estate investments
Starting point is 00:56:51 with section 8 properties but I was started getting rats so because it's threatened so with my labs, mal labs. Let's try to find some more shit about Diddy. Or that, I worked as a self-employed training electronics for the priest, the pope. He would reach out to if you ever needed help? Any of those jobs? You know, a president getting shot, and at least I avoid. I did this from the country.
Starting point is 00:57:16 Trust me, I feel great. And I'll do it any day. Because at least avoid a president getting shot. Did he also predict Trump getting shot by a guy? Yo, this guy, bro, I don't know what to say with this guy. This guy's like he's almost from the future, bro. Chad, can we be honest? He's also talking about possibly Trump getting shot.
Starting point is 00:57:40 You're like, what? Everything he said came to light in the last year. Everything. Well, not everything. We don't know if DJ Calvin and Ross are gay. I don't think they're gay. And I don't think Tupac. alive in Cuba. And at least I avoid other dummies trying to fuck out our country. Excuse my
Starting point is 00:58:05 language. You're good, man. And my people, because my Americans are my people. Okay. I have issues with when people mess on a people. All right, let's go back to a Thursday night Friday morning. Before he did what you did, well, what was your state of mind? I mean, I mean, what was thinking? Cool as I went there. I knew what I was doing. It's not like I didn't know what I was doing. I knew what I was doing, and my point was to take down the flat and put it in the front desk and call the police, shoot the shangelier,
Starting point is 00:58:40 to stop getting Arabia, Saudi Arabia money. All right. That's all because Obama is behind him. So is Hillary. Okay? So he's got to stop taking the Arabian money because he's letting everything slide. He's letting Obama stand right behind him and saw Hillary.
Starting point is 00:58:58 And he knows who they are. He knows who they are. So does the CIA. Maybe the Secret Service doesn't because he doesn't personally. I know the truth. I think it's a dummy situation. I think he should put his pants up and explain the American people what the problem is. Story is, was sent by Garagos to Arbenari.
Starting point is 00:59:17 Okay, they know each other because I know Christopher's been talking to Garagos for years. They've been doing my attorney here, Mace Lara. They've been doing business. They've been getting referrals for years after I cut the deal with Dini. they made friends and they be doing deal and they threw me into the vets for conspiracy of something I had not done I was claiming breaches of settlement now the way the story is it works as a following Donald has an issue he's doctor prescribing propesia you know what the skin or the hair hair growth thing okay about stormy situation
Starting point is 00:59:55 okay interesting. All right. We're going to watch this in a second to continue with some of the ditty stuff, but let's actually go into some raw shit real quick. This is Rick Ross on the Bootleg Kev show and he's breaking his silence, or at least according to the headline, breaking silence on Drake and Kendrick Lamar Beef. Let's hear what he has to say. If you didn't know, Rick Ross was kind of caught up in the middle of this where he even released his own song. He dropped it and premiered exclusively through us. Slupt to my man Sam Sneak. He dropped champagne moments and he had a lot to say about Drake.
Starting point is 01:00:30 Now, if you listen to the end of that song, he basically accused Drake of, you know, kind of, you know, stealing from the culture, not really giving back and also basically saying Hoan, French Montana, supposedly not clearing a song that, I guess Ross was supposed to be on as well, not clearing that. And it looked like he was saying up for French Montana. French has never talked about it. And we were unclear of French's relationship with Drake because he hasn't said, yes, no. down anything about the situation.
Starting point is 01:01:00 But here's Rick Ross, and he's speaking on bootleg kept show. Do you feel like for you, the sport of the rap shit has finally kind of been, because you obviously jumped into the arena with the Kendrick Drake shit that happened. Do you feel like the sport has been like reignited with what was been going on the last year or so? I'm not just going to say, you know, reignited, but I feel like, you know, that was something that was necessary. It was something that, you know, the streets needed, the culture needed. Let's clarify this shit.
Starting point is 01:01:36 Who's going to really step up to the forefront? Right. You know what I'm saying? But anything other than that, it's not too dramatic to me, you know. Do some niggas make it more than what it is? It could, you know. I just felt like it was very, like you said, it was kind of like a palate cleanse where it was like, oh, we got to really kind of dissect what people are saying in their lyrics real quick. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 01:01:58 Let's do that. Fuck all the. metaphors. No, let's just get down the business. Let's see what's really happening now. Yeah, 100%. Could you, I'd heard, now you can stop me if I'm wrong. What was the root cause of to falling out with Drake?
Starting point is 01:02:15 Someone had told me it was because of the way he had treated French on a record. Is that? I mean, I spoke on that on the record I released. You know what I'm saying? Like I said, fuck that shit. You know what I'm saying? Did you all got classics together?
Starting point is 01:02:30 If it's real niggas, if real niggas gonna stay real, that's it. You know what I'm saying? Was it something really deep? Nah, fuck that though. But if you pussy, you pussy, if it's real, it's real. And that's what it is. Could that ever be something you could ever see like you guys talking it out? And you guys have so many classics together.
Starting point is 01:02:50 So, such a long history together. You never know. If a nigger sent me a bottle of Luke Bel Air, especially the white one, you know? The white bottle, yeah. The white bottle, yeah. I can go for any of these young niggas out here. Especially if it's a magnum. Yeah, send me a white Bel Air bottle,
Starting point is 01:03:05 and I'll take a picture with you because that white Bel Air bottle is the, you know what I'm saying? Yo, can you- That nigga Ross promotes through everything, and I feel like he uses these topics just to get his promotion off, right? Like, everything is always strategically placed. Ross is, and I hate to use this, especially now in this context while his case is going on,
Starting point is 01:03:24 but Ross is like Diddy, a very shameless promoter. Like, he'll just, at every moment. It could be at a funeral. Y'all know that nigga dead and y'all about to put him in the earth, man. But the last memory I have with that nigga, man, me and him was popping a bottle of Rose Baylor, man.
Starting point is 01:03:42 We were popping that white bottle. And you know how that white bottle to get, man. You know that shit be on the stores right now. I think it's a discount. Y'all didn't go down there by the store. But yeah, I know. Yeah, I know he did die and shit like that. But, yo, I ain't going to lie.
Starting point is 01:03:53 The last conversation I had with him, he told me the last thing he wanted a nigga to put in his casket is to put in a black bottle up in the car. casket. You know what I mean? That's the type of nigger Raw sense. He'll promote anywhere.
Starting point is 01:04:05 You can break down, because you know what's so crazy, we talked about that Power Circle record. You've always had such a great ear. Like, one of the greatest ears ever. When it comes to beats, when I put Kendrick on that record.
Starting point is 01:04:14 Yes. You put Kendrick on Power Circle alongside the whole label, Stanley, gunplay. I'm down in Miami all the way on the other side of the map,
Starting point is 01:04:24 but it's just certain things I can watch. It's certain things that I understand. And when it comes to music, I believe I got a vision for it. That's it. I've been watching and studying that shit since I was in the first grade.
Starting point is 01:04:35 You know what I mean? So it's certain things that I can see. You know what I mean? So you just kind of knew with the Kendrick thing because at that time he was bubbling, but I felt like... At that time, you were like, MMG's the hottest fish grease.
Starting point is 01:04:49 And I was like, I understand who this young nigga is right here. Come get on this record. Let's all rap on this record. And it's not about now. It wasn't that he was huge. it was for the sport. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:05:01 It was for the sport. I'd like to give a shout out to Gunplay for having one of the greatest verses of all time. Gunplay always have. Oh my God. No, no, cartoons and cereal's different. Oh, my God. Cartoon's and Serial is fucking different.
Starting point is 01:05:12 Gunplay got a lot of classic. He got off on kids. What did he say? It's all I can see now. Yeah, yeah. I will not be Nina. Yeah, yeah, he went in on that. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 01:05:21 Shout to Go. How's Gunplay doing, dog? One of the most underrated rappers of all time. No, he's not. Niggas know what time. No, I know. But I'm talking about when it comes to the big talks Is that all on a drink thing?
Starting point is 01:05:31 He's underwere super high remix. I remember names you said. These niggas. Specifically was the nip thing from half. I know you, you know, he obviously gave you a lot of love. He said he fucks with Rick Ross because he's teaching wealth.
Starting point is 01:05:45 And I know you guys have such a long history, but how close was that actually to becoming a thing? And you know what? This is something I just want to say because I'll be seeing niggers on podcast, Speaking on such old shit trying to re-kin.
Starting point is 01:06:00 And I don't be knowing how to feel about it. What I want to say is all the names you said, these niggas, to me, were already icons. The same way I say, Nino Breezer, because I already know I have a feeling. You understand? I remember us just talking about, you know, both our ideas.
Starting point is 01:06:17 Right. We just went, we went smoke, we got tattoos, shit like that. Nigger just ate good. Real niggas shit. Yeah, no, it's crazy. because I feel like you're one of the only artists who God is kind of taking that same model
Starting point is 01:06:31 and just... Are you still with Def Jam? Of course not. You had left Def Jam a while ago. You ended up messing with Gamma, right? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Shout out to the team over at Gamma. Larry, shout to Larry, yeah.
Starting point is 01:06:43 I thought he went to Sony first. Or I could be tripping. Lab with him. Had to be, were you nervous? Was it a vibe? Okay, okay, okay, okay. Um... I mean, I don't know really what to take from it.
Starting point is 01:06:56 I don't think he said a lot of anything. I think, you know, the real reason of why him and Drake are beefing are, it's kind of evaded me at this point because I don't know why they beefing. I don't know why they really got into it. Ross has kind of fell back off the point, which he initially had said on the record. He said, yo, you hold over French. And I got to imagine the reason why he's falling back off that point, French has probably said, yo, bro, I don't got no problem with Drake. You're probably making it seem like I got an issue with Drake. I don't got an issue with Drake.
Starting point is 01:07:24 and I think we've seen him just kind of fall back off that point. I don't know where it is with Ross and Drake. You know what I mean? Actually, I heard about why it was some smoke. What was the issue? I forgot. But clearly Ross ain't willing to, you know what I would have leaked it right now. What the fuck I forgot?
Starting point is 01:07:48 I'm going to try to remember for next time. But yeah, I had heard about it. Anyway, Ross hasn't given the full reason yet, but the idea that it was because of just French looked like that was just kind of cat. right it was a lot more than that right i think i told y'all didn't i tell you i told you how i told you what the reason was it wasn't over french it was some other shit it was it wasn't over french it wasn't over it's over that one girl didn't i tell y'all i don't i told you whatever i say
Starting point is 01:08:23 were you nervous okay cool um let's go to this update right here back to the ditty case And this update is actually, did you call it again? This update is about what happened in court today. I don't want to read through all the tweets, so I'm just going to kind of go through with this video. Otherwise, we'd have to just go through the tweets, okay? Justin Combs, and before we get into what happened with these two now being dropped from the lawsuit,
Starting point is 01:08:52 I want to bring in trial attorney and federal litigate. Okay, so by the way, remember the Lillard case that everybody was quoting to say, yo, um, Did he's a monster because it also kind of named, I think Nick Mill was named in that, or not named, but like, you know, there was some of the wild allegations.
Starting point is 01:09:11 That was the Tyrone Blackburn, yeah, Tyrone Blackburn suit. Remember UMG was first named, I believe. That got dropped, and remember his son was named, and apparently those people are now getting dropped, okay? The Gator Alexis Rosenberg to talk more about this. Alexis, so good to see you. Thanks for taking the time.
Starting point is 01:09:29 Thank you for having me. So before we even get into what happened with them being dropped for the case, just overall, what do you make of the allegations that were asserted against Justin Combs and Cuba Gooding Jr.? There are a lot of allegations which you just outlined. But, you know, recently there was the motion to dismiss and a lot of those were dismissed out. So we really don't have the RICO anymore. That's gone. So yeah, the federal judge said that the Civil RICO, which Tyrone Blackburn filed on behalf of Little Rod, they said that there wasn't much basis for that and they dismissed it and looked like there's some more developments with some of the defendants also being dropped from the case. So that Little Rod case, which was used to sensationalize, it was the biggest sensationalism story or lawsuit that helped in the form of the narrative for Diddy other than that video where Diddy's seen attacking Cassie, that law.
Starting point is 01:10:27 that lawsuit looks pretty stripped down now. It doesn't look exactly as attractive or sexy as it used to. And now you kind of realize like, wait, so you're telling me all of these things that we heard that we ran stories on that we talked about it. We gossiped about it. We said, Did he's a monster because of ABC and E and all these other motherfuckers are weird and freaky-ass nigger. You got to stay inside and yo, creepy-ass nigger. And what else? So-and-so got a weird case.
Starting point is 01:10:50 Wait, you're not still rocking with that no more? we don't even have the breach of contract that's that's gone as well so we're really left with some limited we have this the sexual or the trafficking act violations still standing some premise liability and the sexual assault so that complaint has really been gutted but what is also interesting it appears that a lot of the other defendants not just the two you mentioned are no longer part of this case now based on the fact that they filed some voluntary dismissals. We could kind of guess maybe they settled, but we don't know for sure. Hey, everybody, this is another long crime legal alert.
Starting point is 01:11:33 So if you're not being paid for his contribution on the love album, in other words, how was he affected by this alleged racketeering activity? The court said the court cannot identify any such causal link. Defendants alleged sex, drug, and gun trafficking activities did not foreseeably or naturally preclude defendants from honoring their recording contract with Jones. As we just talked about, the judge also dismissed trafficking claims against the Combs' global corporate entity, emotional distress claims against Combs, breach of contract claims. Alexis, does this signify a weakness in the case? Does this signify problems in how it was properly pled by the lawyer in this case? What do you
Starting point is 01:12:12 take away from that? Because to have it gutted, as you said, is quite significant before we even get into why the claims against Cuba Gooding Jr. and Justice were dropped. We haven't even talked about that yet. Looking at it and looking at the order from the court, it does appear to be pleading issues. Also, what was very interesting in that order from the court on the motion to dismiss, he, the judge, really scolds the plaintiff's attorney. I have not actually seen in a federal order for a motion to dismiss a judge scolding the plaintiff's attorney. attorney openly in that manner. So I found that very interesting where he says blatantly that he and actually says that if you continue in this manner, there is going to be sanctions,
Starting point is 01:13:00 that the way he pled that complaint in the judge's opinion was inappropriate. Let me, let me pull it up. So Judge Okun told Tyrone Blackburn, okay, so lawyer for Jones, that due to his quote, unsettling conduct, he was concerned about the issue of warning, Blackburn's filings are replete with inaccurate statements of law, conclusory accusations, and inappropriate ad hominant attacks on opposing counsel. Yeah, I haven't quite seen that either. And it makes me wonder, you know, we're in the middle of, we're about to start the Sean Combs criminal case.
Starting point is 01:13:34 From pretrial filings, it's, let me grab some ice, by the way. There might have been a discussion about Rodney Jones being a part of that case, maybe was interviewed by federal prosecutors, but it also seems to me, based on these filings, I'm reading between the tea leaves, that he is not going to be called as a witness, that potentially his claims couldn't be properly verified that maybe that's why he's not being called. We don't know for sure.
Starting point is 01:13:57 I remember reading a filing that said producer one, the defense was talking about producer one. I made the argument. It could be Rodney Jones. But given the problems in this case, does it seem to you unlikely that he would be called as a witness in Sean Combs' criminal case?
Starting point is 01:14:14 I agree with you, Jesse. And also, I think that they have tons of other witnesses it appears that can go and set up and testify to the elements that they need in that case without calling him. It does seem a little loose. And also, we have somebody who is participating. So I agree. I don't think they're going to call him. I'm about to get into Justin Combs and Kubrick Jr. But real quick, did you feel that the claims racketeering was just too broad of a claim for this kind of civil lawsuit? Well, civil racketeering.
Starting point is 01:14:51 I defend civil racketeering cases, so that's not unusual. But I do find it interesting that it seems from the pleading that he really, meaning the attorney, missed some major points because some of the points about the predicate acts and what you can and cannot have are very clear case law, which are the judge cited in the order. And the plaintiff's attorney really should have done a little more research to make sure that those acts, but, you know, it could have also, not that there's any accusation by me on the plaintiff's attorney, it could have also been made for the news to give it tea, to get it into federal court. There's various reasons to make that racketeering, you know, cause of
Starting point is 01:15:33 action. So now I want to get into what happened here, okay, with Justin Combs and Cuba Gooding and Jr. So again, the judge here, Judge J. Paul Oaken, United States District Court judge for the Southern District of New York issued an order yesterday. And I'm going to go through it piece by piece. So in the order, the court explains that it granted Jones' previous request for an extension of time to serve Gooding and Justin Combs with the papers in this case. But Jones apparently missed the deadline to serve and then didn't ask for an additional extension. Now, apparently Jones now is asking the court to serve them in alternative ways by publishing in two newspapers. So Alexis talked to me about that. How does that work exactly? When would it work for you to publish the notices in a
Starting point is 01:16:21 newspaper? How does that work? Well, first of all, this is federal court. So you can't just disregard notices, deadlines, court orders. Federal court is very strict about that and anything you need to ask ahead of time, not after the fact. So first he missed, he got an extension, then he missed the deadline, then he turned around and ask that if he could have permission to alternatively serve them. Now, what's interesting about this is what is the problem here? I'm not getting. This is just service. You have 90 days initially in federal court.
Starting point is 01:16:56 Why didn't he try to follow the procedure? Because we're talking straight procedure. Why wasn't the straight procedure followed to get this service? That's my big question. Now, filing publication, it is. is a route you can do, but you have to follow the procedure of the initial. So let me give you a little bit of context. Fortunately, I've been sued, so I've been sued for many different things, dog bites,
Starting point is 01:17:22 all the type of bullshit. This is how it is. If I file a lawsuit against you, I need somebody who's usually a process server to give you the lawsuit. Now you've seen it. Now you need to show up and take care of it. Okay. Again, you've got to physically give it to somebody.
Starting point is 01:17:43 Now, if you can't, for whatever reason, run into that person, but you know where they live or you know where they work, first and foremost, you have to give reasonable times to the court. So you have to document this whole process. Hey, we've been there for three weeks straight, random times. This person is never at home, okay? If that doesn't work, and by the way, this is cost money because you got to get some company to do this
Starting point is 01:18:09 and record it to document it that it could go to the next step. So you can't hand it to them for whatever reason you don't see them. At times, they'll be like, well, you should, well, we couldn't serve them by handing it to them. But what we did was, no, they'll ask the judge to say, could we leave the lawsuit at their residence? So they'll do some shit like they'll tape it to your door. The judge has to agree with this, low key. The judge has to say, hey, you can't serve him this way. You could try the next method.
Starting point is 01:18:42 So they'll tape it to your door, tape it to your mailbox. They got to make it very big, clear and obvious if they're not handed it to you. And they'll take pictures and all that. We tried to give it to this motherfucker. We put it on his door. And we came back the next day. It was off the door, which means clearly somebody took it and we're going to assume that it was served. Right.
Starting point is 01:19:01 So the judge might be like, that's reasonable. Sometimes that's not also a reasonable thing. You might live in an apartment building. How would somebody go and see if they're downstairs? Like, you know what I mean? Maybe there's multiple people in the house. Maybe somebody else just grab it off the door. So sometimes a judge will go to be like, well, we still want you to serve them.
Starting point is 01:19:19 It gets to a level and method where a judge could approve the way of notifying someone that they're being sued by posting in a public, in a publication, which means a newspaper could be, reported on a TV. It could be a big blog, whatever the judge and the court approves. Now, it becomes a little bit difficult in federal cases because sometimes these cases are filed in jurisdictions that people don't live, right? So you might be like, yeah, I posted it on ABC in New York, but the nigga lives in Florida. Like, how the hell is he going to see it even if it's on TV? So, you know, the judge doesn't want to go with that option because not everybody reads the news, not everybody like, you know, pays attention to whatever. But there's many different ways, but you have to be communicative with the court
Starting point is 01:20:11 in how you're trying to serve these people, right? So it looks like federal court way more strict than we would see in state court. So they have certain deadlines that you have to do the first step, that they could either approve or deny the second step or say go try again. It looks like the lawyer probably was a little bit lackadaisical or did not follow the proper procedure. And the judge is not going to be like, oh, we'll just take it light on you because they have a shit ton of cases. It's federal court, okay?
Starting point is 01:20:42 Additional ways that you're able to serve the defendant prior to seeking alternative service, which based on the pleadings was not done. I'm going back to my civil procedure class back in law school. But I remember briefly a little bit. But how would it actually work? So you publish your complaint in a newspaper, which, newspaper so that the defendant would see it. Is that how it works exactly? Well, alternative service, you have to do the approach, try, attempt to do the appropriate service that's listed in the rules of procedure. Yeah. So, you know, which they didn't. That's why
Starting point is 01:21:21 there was that hearing that showed up where the judge said, first it was a letter, tell me why, what's going on? Why haven't you had this individual cert? Then you. Now, here's also what, what ends up happening for people who are sue happy, right? Okay, you want to go file a lawsuit against, I don't know, I want to go file lawsuit against 50 cent, right? I'm Joe Schmo, dissent, and especially a lot of these people who are one of filed lawsuits against Diddy. Here's the problem, and here's the thing when you mention all these other people. You've thrown in Cuba Good and Jr. He's a celebrity, lives multiple locations, sometimes he's probably in and out of the country, Justin Combs, he's going to be in many high-rise apartments that you're not going to really see him
Starting point is 01:22:06 or these big ass mansions. This is where tangible things come in because anybody could file a lawsuit. But then now you have to serve him. A process server, we could look it up. You got to remember, every defendant has to get served. So now you think, oh, we're just filing a lawsuit and if we get money, we're going to bust it down with our attorney. but no, somebody has to spend that bread. So, how much does process servers cost?
Starting point is 01:22:38 Let's get like a, you know, we're just going to go with the AI thing. It costs typically between $20 to $100, I don't know, I say per job. I think sometimes it's probably an hour. I don't know, let's see, process service fees. Okay.
Starting point is 01:22:59 Price includes. three attempts, okay, three attempts, right? All right. So standard service, $95. Okay, cool. Now, Randy, you might be like, that's not that much amount of money. But again, the court has to be satisfied with the amount, right? And also adds up. You're trying to serve several defendants. You got to serve businesses. Some people might have attorneys that might say, fuck showing up and trying to hand a paper in your face. We'll just accept service on the behalf of our client, but for other people, you've got to go do this. So now you've spent maybe a couple thousand dollars, right? Remember, you don't know if you're getting any of this money back.
Starting point is 01:23:37 Keep in mind, this isn't like a Tony Busby type firm. This is pretty much the defendant who don't got no money, most likely, and then the lawyer got to foot all the bill until the money comes in, hopefully from a settlement, and they're going to bust it down and get their 30% or 40% whatever it is. So, and also the judge could say keep going back, keep going back. So money has to be spent to even serve these people. Okay? You can seek to do alternative. One alternative is potentially publication, but you have to show good cause for that.
Starting point is 01:24:12 Sure. You have to show why the other appropriate means of service were not done. They didn't do that. I mean, the pleading says they didn't do it. They acknowledged they didn't do. Let's talk about that. So the rule say you start with personal delivery or a combination of mailing and delivering to a suitable representative at a person.
Starting point is 01:24:29 home or business. If you can't do that, that's not possible. Nail and mail service is allowed. That doesn't work. Service can be made how the court direct. So this is what the order from the court says. Quote, regarding Cuba Gooding Jr., Blackburn provides documentation of attempts to affect service at three addresses in California. Blackburn sent... Now, remember this. So this is how money mounts up. Let's say it's $100, like as we just seen on this, which I think this is probably cheap, right? Let's say $100 for what they say, three attempts at one given address. These celebrities got three, four, five addresses. If you didn't find them at one address, they could, again, you have to, every address you find, you've got to try to go serve.
Starting point is 01:25:17 So they try three times at this address, $100, three times at this address, money keeps piling up. Then there's multiple defendants. You could see how this becomes. comes thousands of dollars in the hole. The process server to the third address only after the November 8th deadline had already passed, stating that the process server received the summons from Blackburn on November 10th, 2024. Despite previously claiming that he, quote, attempted to serve Gooding in New York, Blackburn provides no documentation of any such service attempts. Blackburn also did not attempt to serve Gooding in Florida, despite acknowledging that similar
Starting point is 01:25:55 attempts were successful in other cases. Nor does Blackburn provide evidence that nail and mail service is impracticable. Lexus, let's start there. What do you take away from that? I think that the attorney has a problem. Why, I mean, why wasn't this done? But also remember that this was dismissed without prejudice. And so that means that they can turn around and refile potentially the complaint or include them and try to get appropriate service and follow the procedure. Now, I don't know if they're going to do that based on the order on the motion to dismiss and other things. The judge is playing tough ball with, a hard ball with the lawyer. He's, he's saying that I'm unhappy with how some of the stuff is I'm going to dismiss it. You can
Starting point is 01:26:38 refile again, but it's going to look really bad if you refile and do some, don't follow the rules like how I wanted you to. So this is why people think that they're not going to add these guys back again. They may choose not to do that, but that is an option. And, they have to do that within statute of limitations. Can Blackburn, Rodney Jones, object to this, appeal this decision to dismiss the chart, the case against Cuban Union Jr. for failure to serve? Can they appeal that or are they, this is the end of the road for them. They have to now figure out what they're going to do next.
Starting point is 01:27:11 That's not appealable. No, they wouldn't be able to appeal on that. Also, it's not a final because they're allowed to, they have leave to, or they're allowed to file again. So that's not an appealable thing. The question is whether they are going to refile against those two defendants and then try to appropriately get them served. I'll get to Justin Combs in one second. Just any rationale for why this happened or why they didn't provide, according to the court, documentation of the service attempts, anything you can see about why that might have happened? I don't know.
Starting point is 01:27:47 Maybe it was office failure, miscommunication. I'm not sure. I mean, this is just kind of a simple thing. You file a complaint and you get service and you stay on the hospital. It is a simple thing. It's not the hardest thing in the world. No, it's not the hardest thing. It's pretty simple.
Starting point is 01:28:04 And it's not even an attorney thing, really. It's generally office staff. So I'm not sure. It just seems because they missed the first deadline. That's understandable. But then they got an extension. And then they don't do anything. There's no.
Starting point is 01:28:18 So I'm leaning towards just office some sort of office fill. Okay. Well, you know, that's concerning to say the least. So now let's go to Justin Combs. The court writes, quote, regarding Justin Combs, Blackburn provides a transcript of his correspondence with the process service provider showing that attempts to affect service using a process server began on October 19th, 2024. Blackburn first provided the process server with two incorrect addresses. Blackburn then provided a third address at 746 p.m. on November 6, 20,000. 24, two days before the deadline. The process server attempted to affect service the next day and confirm that, quote, subject resides at the address, but, quote, was unable to access
Starting point is 01:29:04 the address due to private gate fence. That afternoon, Blackburn correctly instructed the process server to leave the summons and complaint with a security guard at the property if unable to reach Justin Combs himself. However, despite Blackburn's instructions, the process server responded later that day that service to the security. security guard or front desk personnel will not be accepted by your court. Blackburn did not respond that day. The process server again attempted service the next day, but did not leave the papers with Justin Combe's security guard.
Starting point is 01:29:36 The process server so informed Blackburn, but despite the November 8th deadline, Blackburn did not respond until November 9th at 3.46 p.m. At that time, Blackburn reiterated that service could be made by leaving the summons and complaint with a security guard and told the process server, Let me worry about the court rule and you worry about serving the documents. Blackburn and the process server continue to argue. And at one point, Blackburn changed the service location to the address next door without explanation, but the papers were never left with the security guard or otherwise delivered to Combs' address.
Starting point is 01:30:10 Wow. Alexis, what do you make of that? I agree with you. Wow. Okay, first of all, the process server is correct. the security guard, I'm going to assume, does not reside at that house. So, you know, you're not going to get service that way. I also, the big thing that's glaring is he's doing this without notifying the court. He could have easily filed a motion and said the addresses that we had
Starting point is 01:30:41 before, we couldn't get service. We now have before the deadline. The key in federal court is before the deadline. We now have this new address that we're going to attack. I think we get the gist here, okay? I think we get the gist here. A little update for day three of the trial. I don't want to, again, we're not going to read tweets. Here are key moments. Day three recap, the courtroom is heating up.
Starting point is 01:31:07 I have to question nearly 600 people. The court has officially seated a jury pool of 45, bringing this high-profile sex trafficking case one step closer to open an argument. The attorney would begin preemptive strikes Friday to finalize 12 jurors and six alternatives. So it's going to be 18 people, 18. Sometimes it's four alternatives. The judge has agreed six, so 18.
Starting point is 01:31:30 So today wasn't about the numbers. The drama played out in and out of public view. Key juror moving forward. A woman who called Diddy's 2016 assault video on Cassie, shocking, but said she could be an impartial, a middle school teacher who said the video showed guilt, but she'd focused on the trial evidence, a former domestic violence prosecutor from Brooklyn, a man with sleep apnea who says he can stay alert when it matters. The HBO juror, that person who worked behind the fall of ditty, they're out.
Starting point is 01:32:01 The judge actually even scolded Mark Garigos, which, by the way, is Mark, it looked like Mark has been added to this case. In private, Judge Arun Submaranian slammed Garigos for calling the prosecution team a six-pack of white women on his podcast. Look like Mark Garagos is... really on the team. That's something no one should be saying as an officer at the court. Garagos isn't on the defense team. Oh, never mind.
Starting point is 01:32:27 So Garagos isn't on the defense team, but he represents Diddy's mother and is the father of the defense lawyer, Teddy Garagos. So it looked like someone who's not even Diddy's lawyer got slammed for podcast comments. It shows how much, you know, if you've been listening to Drew Phelan, talk about a dirt case, there is so much emphasis on protective orders. And the judges, especially in the case of Diddy, because there was so much about stuff being leaving.
Starting point is 01:32:50 they don't want people talking about this case. They want it to be the side of the courtroom. Did he's courtroom presence? He showed up in a sharp gray suit, quiet, composed, and clearly managing his image. He's letting his legal team handle a battle while he plays stoic. What's next? Look like, you know, this Thursday is going to be, you know, obviously, well, wait,
Starting point is 01:33:11 yeah, we're at Thursday now. It's going to be same or the same. Look like they're going to probably try to whittle down that 45, because they got 45 people, right? They got 45 now. They'll try to whittle it down maybe to 20 something, and then they'll will do that down to 18, and they'll pick the 12 that will be sitting
Starting point is 01:33:25 and determine the fate of Diddy, and the sixth alternates will be sitting and waiting if they need to be called. So Friday, the final jury selection, Monday will be open the statements. This trial is about to go crazy. All right, bet. We did it out, right?
Starting point is 01:33:47 I see some people mentioning the Smokey Robbins and stuff. We're going to kind of stay far, not stay far from it, really, but we won't really touch on that today. Today, we won't touch on that today. It's important that we touch on this wind up with Melly thing. So W.N.W. Melly actually finally got a bond. And he got a bond of half a million dollars, except the bad thing is only for one of his six charges. So let me go to that moment.
Starting point is 01:34:14 Wind Wend Melly. Bond hearing. Keep in mind he's been incarcerated since 2018 for the murder of his two best friends that got killed in a car where they claim he was in the back, left passenger seat, shot his friend to the right, and shot the front passenger and or, no, no, the front passenger. Never mind. Am I a trip in? Yes.
Starting point is 01:34:34 Yes. He was in the car, back left, shot his man's right here and shot the front passenger. And then they brought, they let him out and the driver brought the bodies to the thing, right? Let's play this bond hearing right here. Okay. We're going to skip through most of this. Let's just listen to the judge ruling. What Judge Murphy had made his first.
Starting point is 01:35:00 Here we go. The state attorney and to the court if there is any issue. Again, the ankle monitor. Yeah, yo, he looks defeated, bro. Melly looks defeated, man. It's been seven years, bro. It's been seven years. He looks defeated, bro.
Starting point is 01:35:20 He looks defeated. Fuck. being monitored. I have included in the state. For the motion pending there in regarding the defense motion of strength, notice of appearance and all of the proceedings of victims as well as the urgent motion for order to show causing is the office of the state attorney, Harold F. Pryor and John Plob as well as the state motion removed prosecutor from witness cliff and quote detective order. I'll ask both sides state I'll ask you first how about the
Starting point is 01:35:52 let me just go to the final ruling here we go. Remain has already said, September the 10th, at 9 o'clock, at the sake, anything else I can do for you? Okay, okay, let's go back a little bit and we'll probably get the hearing, or they're not adhering the ruling. Okay, thank you. Okay, listen, I appreciate the time, effort and preparation on both sides of the issue with-load, as in both cases in the bond pending therein, or the motion pending therein. Regarding the defense mode, excuse the motion, of strength, notice, appearance, and all the opinions of victims, as well as, The urgent motion for order to show causing at the office of the Bauerge State Attorney,
Starting point is 01:36:29 Harold F. Pryor and John Psook, as well as the state motion removed prosecutor from witness list and folks. We have met minutes of and we have conditions in place to any. Because it is going to be much. See, anything else I can do for you, all three of those I will hear on. Okay, I'm trying to get like the exact moment, but I can't seem to find it. Let me just find something I'll give you it quicker. Here we go.
Starting point is 01:36:59 Let's look within the hour or so. So he only got bond on one of the counts and forget there's so many counts. 8.45 a.m. I appreciate the time effort. Minutes of this record. Jail calls, kites are all recovered that are part of the 23 case. So if we call this is Mellie's lawyer by the way. This is going to consider exercising to subscribe to us and you present us to vote. It's not known that ever recover him should he leave the jurisdiction.
Starting point is 01:37:30 I'm trying to find if you are. I'm just, you know, I'm OCD in a little bit because I told you the result, but I want to hear from the horse's mouth. Monitoring. Again, yeah, somebody is at their house checking on them. It's an impossible. And those factors.
Starting point is 01:37:46 The state has not raised any additional need. Okay, listen, I appreciate the time. I have the preparation on both sides of Higier-Rigmore as to both cases in the bond-ending variant. Regarding the defense, motion of strength and all the pleadings of victims as well as the urgent motion for order to show causing as the office of the bar of state attorney Harold F prior and John Potho as well as the state motion removed prosecutor from witness and for
Starting point is 01:38:13 protective order I'll ask both sides state I'll ask you first how about the June 4th the party's arguing those aren't going to be here judge that's up Joel and Stephen for our office we're not going to be arguing those between their motions I'll have to consult with them we can do June 4th for now but there's an issue I'm So I can't do June 14th. I'll be gone until June 13th. How about, do my point it? It's a Friday.
Starting point is 01:38:45 State, defense. All three of those motions, the defense motion to strike notice with parents and all other pleadings of victims. The urgent motion. The state's motion to move to prosecute 3 a.m., the defendant's trials, and both of these cases, will remain, as already said, September the 10th, at 9 o'clock.
Starting point is 01:39:00 State, anything else I can do for you regarding State will be coming coming down. State will need to have that hard. On June 20th. Okay. They were recent to a pre-cure. Okay. Oh, yeah, we can't even get anything on, man.
Starting point is 01:39:14 What the fuck? What's the time stamp? No, time to him? Fuck it. Anyway, he got bail on a one count. Does Twitter have it? I hate not being able to play the right thing. Fuck.
Starting point is 01:39:30 Melly Bond. I said belly. Ain't our fat? Melly. Bond. Okay, he received a bond for one of his six charges with it, which is the criminal attempt to conspire capital felony. That bond is half a million dollars.
Starting point is 01:39:52 So the murder and the capital murder is not, actually I don't know if it's capital murder, but it's not, okay, here's some paperwork. Look like the judge may not say it. They just gave an order, which kind of is odd because you could have said it in court. So 500K here, no bond for this. So let's zoom in a little bit. This is something direct criminal gang acts.
Starting point is 01:40:20 No bond. Tampering with witness. No bond. 500K for the criminal attempt to solicit blah blah blah, blah. Capital of felony. That's that's 500K bond. Where's the other charges? Okay, Jesus.
Starting point is 01:40:40 And then no bond. Bond for directing activities of criminal gang. Da-da-da-da. Yeah, okay. So it don't look like he was even really close to getting bond, but it looked like the judge, you know, they're going through formal proceedings. It gives the blog some headlines,
Starting point is 01:40:54 but, like, the judge didn't wind up a mentally murder case expects it to rule on the-da-da. Yeah, it's no bond, bro. He's been locked up for seven years, man. This is crazy. Hope they find some out of our conclusion to that shortly, but he's not getting out for the foreseeable future. Sabrina Carpenter's dad
Starting point is 01:41:31 React to Usher Feeding her a Cherry At the Met Gallo What? This happened? No way I'm confused with the Sabrina Carpenter girl Isn't she like a Disney channel like chick? Hmm
Starting point is 01:42:04 Sabrina Carpenter revealed how her dad reacted to the thing Oh, this is her dad Says weird Yeah, her dad Isn't Sabrina Carpenter? Is she white? how come all these chicks that used to be on Disney Channel
Starting point is 01:42:24 all they promote is like whorism didn't Ariana Grande used to be on like Nickelodeon all they promote is like complete debauchery it's like they get popular off of being like very kid friendly and then they come into this pop lane where they're like making music and all they want to promote is like fucking hoard them okay I'll see what's going on whatever
Starting point is 01:42:49 alright now I think some people made a valid point though they're like wise or dad And this is why, you know, there's always going to be a racial component. People are like, why is her dad calling Usher Feeding her cherry weird? But if you know anything about Sabrina Carpenter, she's been notorious for like trying to like do these like poses that assimilating sex. Like for example, this. She does a pose.
Starting point is 01:43:25 I think this was at some place. This is in Paris. And she literally simulates the Eiffel Tower. which is a sexual position and also like niggas gang banging and running the train all you but obviously these aren't well is this a black man I can't tell um people feel like her dad commented on usher feeding her a cherry
Starting point is 01:43:49 but not commenting on this is crazy it's like yo your daughter's doing this bro what you mean usher feeding a fucking cherry is weird how is that weird how is that weird but this ain't weird how usher giving her a cherry is weird but this ain't weird now who knows maybe her dad has the same opinion but she never shared her dad opinion about this okay so no no no all right let me see what else is going on okay chat give me i need a few more need a few more topics so please if you have anything to send it to me still can't believe the next fucking lost they're garbage no no i mean
Starting point is 01:44:50 I can't believe the Knicks versus the Celtics. The Celtics are garbage. They're down 2-0. It's crazy. Oh, let's play that, the joint about, let's talk about Drake album real quick. Let's talk about Drake album. So Drake had reposted this clip of Smiley,
Starting point is 01:45:23 which is his artist that's signed to OVO, and Smiley was kind of talking about how locked in Drake is and check this out. I'm telling me I see him the other day. We went out of a party and he was in the other room by himself eating pasta with, you know, the wired headphones, the old headphones? Billionaire having the wired headphones, so he had the wired headphones eating pasta right in music. But we have a whole fucking party going on. So he's on a different mode right now.
Starting point is 01:45:51 So even at the Nokia video shoot while he was done in the breaks, he had a bunch of producers and he was just recorded. So like he's in that crazy mode right now. though. You see his captioned that the bad talking his shit because he's in that motor now. Brother, I'm telling me I see them the other... Now, I'm going to be honest with you and even, you know, y'all going to say I'm biased and probably I am.
Starting point is 01:46:14 Shit. Every conversation I've had with Drake, Drake is basically say, yo, act. You know, when he said to me my talk, my time to talk soon come or is like, yo, my talk soon come, this is, that's the direct quote.
Starting point is 01:46:28 Yo, he's going to be popping a shit. about everything. It's not necessarily just the battles. He's going to be popping this shit about with niggas who switched up, bitch-ass-hose and people who try to, who was hoping he was out of here. And, you know, obviously he has one of the contenders
Starting point is 01:46:42 for album to the year with some sexy songs for you. But this next solo album, which is going to be a hip-hop album. You know what I mean? Hip-hop album. I don't mean like he's just rapping everything. But it's going to be, if you ask me, I'm expecting a scorpion-type album.
Starting point is 01:46:56 You know, I love when artists back to the wall. they usually produce the best results because they know they can't slack, they can't mail it in. This might be the thing that completely ends them or is going to make people start forgiving them or might make people even love them more. So I like when Drake is in this mode.
Starting point is 01:47:16 By the way, I like when mad artist is in this mode, as much as me and me might not be the best of friends, when Drake was like killing his ass, if y'all listened to any of them freestyles when he dropped in, bro, he was cutting up. A lot of people ain't want to hear, but he was cutting up. up he was rapping like his life dependent on it like he was trying to rap his way out of his
Starting point is 01:47:34 cell like i mean he was dropping him four for fours at that time that's where one of my favorite songs with meke prayed for him came from that naked was doing freestyles uh um he did some freestyles to um like the panda freestyle and other shit like you know and even um some shit for future and even uh summer 16 freestyle you meke was going crazy sometimes you got to put an artist especially a veteran artist back against the wall how do you put them back against a wall when they're rich as fuck. Well, it's clear right now Drake's legacy is threatened, and it's not threatened because he's not, in a sense of,
Starting point is 01:48:08 we all know he's the greatest hip-hop art, or not hip-hop, sorry, that's Kanye, the greatest rapper of all the time. But if, like, I'm pretty sure he doesn't want it to go down in his legacy that his reign at the top or his dominance stopped when people thought Kendrick might have edged them out in a battle. No, so he's trying to drop some shit to let niggas know,
Starting point is 01:48:30 like, bro, I got another 10 if I want to. Here's a parallel with him and LeBron. And by the way, you could check out how he's betting. He bet against LeBron. He'd think LeBron is finished. He thinks he got 10 more. Now, this is my words, not his. Shit.
Starting point is 01:48:45 He's determined to prove to people that, yo, not only he's the greatest rapper, but he won't ever be pushed out the game until he voluntarily leaves. and he knows very well right now people want to hear what he got to say is he going to have that chip on his shoulder how is he going to pop shit is he going to really get everybody back on his side is he going to make all them hits that he's always done
Starting point is 01:49:13 is he going to be you know like I'm going to be I'm going to be honest I think Kendrick took the number one spot for a year not like us dropped it's about the anniversary for the last year hip hop wise I don't think artist why because again, Kendrick don't do R&B.
Starting point is 01:49:31 Kendrick don't do R&B. Kendrick's not, I mean, technically it is pop. But Drake has a couple more facets. But within hip-hop, there's only two years Kendrick ever overtook Drake. And I'm a Drake fan, but I have to be honest. 2017, I think he passed Drake hip-hop. And I think he passed Drake in 2024 to 2025. That's it.
Starting point is 01:49:53 So say 2024 and 2017. Keep in mind, Kendrick been out since like 2011. Every year it's been Drake, Drake, Drake, Drake, Drake, Drake, Drake. 2017, Kendrick. Drake, Drake, Drake, Drake, Drake, Drake, and then 2024, Kendrick. Hey, Kendrick ain't never had two years where he was running shit. This is where Drake got to go, you know, you got to put your big boy pants on. You're going to let Kendrick really pop that shit thinking of that nigger? because yeah he he got his shit off for one year but shit in two years he's going to still be performing not like us you're going to be performing new songs so drake has the opportunity to take wrestle back the throne and even if that looks bad on his legacy where people like well we'll still give that Kendrick beat you in a battle fuck it but who's going to be the most successful artist who's going to have the culture in the palm of their hands who's going to be the person who's dictating the sound
Starting point is 01:50:47 the tempo what people are listening to song in the summer all that type of shit I think that's where Drick has a chip on his shoulder. Now, here's a thing, though, I will say, too. I don't believe Drick's next album is going to be like, Kendrick, like, oh, whatever, whatever. I think he got a lot bigger fish to fry. I think he has relationships to his dress. I think he has people who he felt turned on him,
Starting point is 01:51:08 whether there's the LeBronze of this world or other people who he felt like he was kind of cool with, but he realized that he had a lot of fake relationships. At the very moment, they thought it was done, he was kicking his back in. I don't think he wants to engage again with Kendrick, not because he's scared and all like that. It's just like he's seen.
Starting point is 01:51:25 That's written, it's already written how people are going to view that. Kendrick could, you know, call him a PDF and people like, this is crazy or this is hot. And he say one thing about Kendrick, you know, so we don't have to litigate that again.
Starting point is 01:51:41 But I don't think his new album is going to be mostly about Kendrick. I think it's going to be about the sentiment of what people do to you when they feel you're done. And I think That's where he'll be able to get the most amount of support because everybody has been counted out and watch people switch on them
Starting point is 01:51:58 and watch people just expected them to fail. And if you've ever been triumphant in that instance, you want to be able to pop your shit. So I don't think, for anybody who think his solo album is going to be like, oh, there's another shot of Kendrick. Nah. You know what I'm saying? Will there be little shots?
Starting point is 01:52:13 Yeah. Just like how GNX had a bunch of shots at Drake 2. But I don't think the whole GNX album was the fuck Drake album. I think, you know, he, put some moments on it that was fuck drink but gen x things same with drink could have some moments that kind of gets that kentrick but the majority i think is going to be the thematic um um focus is going to be yo these people switched up on me they counted me out and you know the same type of mindset no friends in the industry all that type of stuff we'll see that kind of coming song format if you're
Starting point is 01:52:45 asking me okay what are you talking about in the academy HQ Hat, holy. All right. Wait. Let me go back on. By the way, chats, thank you so much. You guys are showing so much
Starting point is 01:53:07 love to your kick. Appreciate y'all. By the way, I do want to remind you you y'all quick reminder, no matter where you're viewing this from, Ticketmaster.com. Please. Go type in DJ Academics.
Starting point is 01:53:19 My birthday party. Or, I don't know, not party, but like birthday life podcast. Please. I need everybody to pop out. Go cop a ticket. Tell a friend, tell a friend. don't give a fuck we just need everybody in the goddamn building and um yeah yeah so we still got tickets
Starting point is 01:53:33 available please go cop them and i appreciate y'all okay give me some more topics kind of getting through this we're approaching five hours look at look at these two oh man rocky if we can maybe do a solo shot of me next to no fuck the solo keep me with my girl He says usually the other way around. They're like Rocky, could you step out that we get Rihanna? One thing I like about them, they look heavy in love, man. They look heavy in love. And I like it.
Starting point is 01:54:32 I like it. I'm sorry, I like it. We can make these little petty jokes about Rocky and his music. But, man, bro, could we at least congratulate both of them? Black love. I believe all the kids Rocky has. all the kids Rihanna has are with each other. I get it.
Starting point is 01:54:52 I've seen some people, like, upset that they're not married. Like, I've seen even Asian, though, of all people had to, like, come to the defense of Rihanna. Because people are like, yo, you let that nigga put three babies in your belly, and he ain't put a ring on your finger yet. What the fuck is wrong with you? And, you know, again, I'm not someone who really signs up to the contract of marriage like that. So I really appreciate the fact that whatever their version of family is, we don't have to agree or we don't have to know the details of it.
Starting point is 01:55:23 Like people sometimes feel like they're, they're dictating or they're like policing other people's marriage. I think we should mind our motherfucking business. You get what I'm saying? Let's see. I don't know if we can find it, but it was Asian doll speaking on. Yeah, right here. So somebody said, three babies and no ring, Rihanna's just like y'all.
Starting point is 01:55:45 And Asian doll says, your name is Yian Asian doll. Hilarious. She's a billionaire. I wouldn't marry you poor ass niggas either. So y'all could take everything I have in a divorce settlement. So ironic because women love marriage and the majority of time when we're seeing people take half, it's women taken from men, not men taking from women. But I digress.
Starting point is 01:56:07 She's a queen. So even women who when they have money don't want to marry men. However, they always look at men who have significant. money and power and whatever. They're saying, why don't you marry your woman? Well, y'all wouldn't even do it. But whatever, I digress. Okay.
Starting point is 01:56:26 Again, I wouldn't, I don't even know the details to comment on Rihanna and ASAP on why they're not married. They seem very happy and love. It's clear they have a family together. I don't know why a wedding. Well, I mean, obviously, I'm one of the people who say people should have commitments before because having a baby is not a commitment. It doesn't have to be necessarily marriage. And I think they do have a commitment with each other.
Starting point is 01:56:50 Because, again, at no time, we've seen Rocky about a peer single, act single, do anything dumb. And Rihanna ain't doing nothing dumb. They clearly have some commitment to each other. We don't have to know what that is. So I just pray for both of them, and I hope they continue. Because beautiful black couple, right? The former Memphis police officers found guilty for not guilty. for the fatal shooting or beaten of Tyree Nichols
Starting point is 01:57:19 whatever happened what was that again let me google that thing let's see let me find out oh wow is this the beating that killed the dude no way wait is there a video oh and it was all black cops as well holy shit
Starting point is 01:57:51 let's let's go look at that I forgot about that story a little bit here we go we're following some breaking news These three former Memphis police officers have just been found not guilty on all charges in the state trial over the beating death of Tyree Nichols. The jury reaching that verdict on just the second day of deliberations. Let's get right to NBC News correspondent George Solis. He's been tracking this.
Starting point is 01:58:24 He joins us now. George, take us through the verdict and the reaction inside the court. Yeah, this verdict was unanimous over the course of two days after a trial had started back on April 28th. The jury coming back and delivering a not guilty. verdict for all of the seven counts in this indictment. They are as followed. The most serious, of course, being that second-degree murder charge. You heard the jury there saying, not guilty for Demetrius Haley, Tadarius Bean, and Justice
Starting point is 01:58:48 Smith. Okay, whack text me, we got content. I don't know what this is. I'm sorry. I got to figure out what's going on. White Wack texts me, we got content. Hold on, hold on. I got to do this is.
Starting point is 01:59:01 Hey. We got content? Listen, bro. What happened? Listen, you know you're my brother. What's going on? Talk about. Listen, this content.
Starting point is 01:59:14 shit right here. Listen, I don't know if I... You know how you be... You got students. Yeah. And you don't know I'm going to stay watching you. Mm-hmm. And they do some shit that I'll do you.
Starting point is 01:59:28 Yeah, yeah, yeah. They're exposes and did some crazy shit, bro. What happened? Now, this is some bombshell shit. What do you mean? I don't even want to disrespect them. I want to call them so they can present this to you. What?
Starting point is 01:59:42 This shit gonna make you fall out your chair, bro. What's your mean? What's going on? Hold on, bro. I swear to God, let me get... Hey, let me let him present this shit. Just say this.
Starting point is 01:59:59 One thing, if your bitch give you up, right? You said what? It's what? It's one thing if your braw give you up, right? It's another thing if your homie give you up. Yeah, yeah. But how bad is it when your attorney give you up? What?
Starting point is 02:00:18 Hold on. Literally, let me, hold on. Let me get the time. Hey, Chad, what the fuck is going on? All chat, all whack hit me was like, oh, we got content. I was like, do we? I don't know what this means. No, I don't want to disrespect this dude.
Starting point is 02:01:04 I'm going to let him present this shit to you at. But this shit right here? Hey, hold on. Hello? Wack? You know what? Fuck it, bro. I'm just going to send it to you.
Starting point is 02:01:42 What are we talking about? What are we talking about right now? Hey, listen. Listen, bro. Yeah. All right, here you go, man. Listen. Are you sending me something?
Starting point is 02:02:09 Yeah, there you go, bro. We got an audio file. Hey, listen, man. Is this a closet right here? You're like, listen. I'm telling you right now. This is this the content right here? Shit, you ain't ready for.
Starting point is 02:02:29 I wasn't ready for it. All the shit I didn't heard, all the crazy shit out of seeing, niggas get lined up. This takes the cake. Okay, okay. You've got to help me explain. Like, what were you about to hear? You about to hear a conversation for the gentleman
Starting point is 02:02:47 and loose canons attorney. So, okay, so you have loose canons a turn? How do you have loose canons attorney? All you. Listen, listen, bro. motherfucker said it to me I'm tripping I'm telling you
Starting point is 02:03:01 I try to get to do it online in the city he ain't picking up I don't know where he yet maybe on the East Coast yeah right but the jig is up now I'm gonna tell you what you're about to hear remember when I exposed
Starting point is 02:03:18 they got at me about that damn they got at me about that video and I said after sitting back and hearing the nigger talking about he's going to get out and seeing it wasn't no ad charge and no one ain't no way you ran
Starting point is 02:03:33 and the Bik you said that. I said you're trying to use that video to get out of jail. Yeah. Hold on. By the way, whack, I got it also interject. So I told my stream,
Starting point is 02:03:44 I say, I'm going to fall back from this situation. So when you were called me, wait, wait, wait, hold on. What you had called me, I felt like this is what I got from it. I feel like you were saying,
Starting point is 02:03:54 loose is trying to set you up, and I don't want to be part of nothing if somebody trying to set you. Honestly. Yeah, that's the fact. Listen, and what you... You thought he was trying to put a bird on you? Listen, but that man just sent right there, what you got?
Starting point is 02:04:08 Mm-hmm. You got the nigger legal admitting to it. What? You got it. I looked up. It was on my phone. I couldn't believe it. Okay, I'm about to play this.
Starting point is 02:04:22 Let me hear this. Hold on. Yo. Yeah. Hold on. Let me call you right back after because I got to turn this all the way up. This is a four minute audio. This is, so I just get.
Starting point is 02:04:53 So remember I told you I chat. Like at one point I'm like, so Wack calls me, he's like, yo, bro, I think this nigga Loo's trying to set me up. Now, I don't know what Wack into. And I don't think Wack into nothing. But when Wack told me Luce is trying to set them up, I'm like, I'm going to just fall back from this situation. This kind of seems a little kind of crazy.
Starting point is 02:05:12 So let me try to play this shit. I'm gonna mute up because I gotta listen to I don't know what this is but whack just here we go I'm gonna have to turn this all the way up here we go chat like this like how would this happen like without me having you know like I see an interrogation room or anything like that you get me the information like but this is going to nothing tell me this as well he said since it's a cold case and it's in L.A. County I could possibly get some money for this as Well, even though I'm helping him, I could also get some money maybe through LA County. Is that true?
Starting point is 02:06:40 Yeah, he was telling me it's like a crime stoppers thing or something like that. What? Oh, understood. Understood. So, well, you know, to let you know something first going forward, you know that one of the guys, one of the two suspects, one of them is already deceased. Yes, one of them is deceased. In the shooter, he's still alive. That's the guy that I know, you know. So, I mean, how would we do this?
Starting point is 02:07:13 How would I get you the information when I have to come into the office? I think I feel a little more comfortable coming in, man. So, so that's, it's just cut and dry straight, just like that. Basically, I would come in, I give you the information, and you would never have to see me again. No, I'm saying, is that how I could go? Like, I wouldn't have to get him, get him, get him. Like it's like a third party cooperation thing right so he could he possibly get released? ASAP what's the day is the day this week a good day to come in or what next would be a good day to come
Starting point is 02:08:38 Do I need to bring any recordings I have or anything like that? The video that Tremaine gave you the incident you don't have the video with audio you just have the one that has no audio for real video so I definitely bring that in. I look forward to seeing you on Friday man. Excuse me? Yes sir. already have the address yes sir thank you so much my okay okay wow whoa okay okay okay first all I got to do this oh sorry check wow okay my check my check do I sound good I sound good
Starting point is 02:10:27 do I sound good I had to turn it up a lot for that okay all right now let me call whack pack because this is crazy This is crazy. Yo. Wow. That was cool. Okay. Yo, you're telling me, motherfucker.
Starting point is 02:11:14 I'm like, yo, listen, I had a hunch and a little birdie had told me, but I ain't stupid. I did the math. Now, this is what it is. You never got the murder charge. But yet, it sounds to me, like you tell me, that your attorney is well aware of this video. that he has because his other dude said he got to work with the audio
Starting point is 02:11:40 and he said yeah I'm just going to turn to the to whoever and you know try to get him out you know that so it's like he knows the attorney should have been like
Starting point is 02:11:52 I don't know what the fuck you talk but he knows what he's talking about like I'm dying singing right now too I'm still trying to take this shit in but well right So this is the only question I have.
Starting point is 02:12:09 So you and all of the spies and everybody over it. Listen, bro. Listen, this shit comes from, listen to me, bro. There's a lot going on on the internet right now. I've been laid back. You got Gigi putting in crazy work. Got the fake wife. She's forgetting to edit out.
Starting point is 02:12:33 They're going to want to play. this nigga loose don't know the bitch is recording them when they'd have a regular conversation all these shit is out on the internet bro and then this bomb drops I hear this shit I'm like am I hearing what I think I'm here
Starting point is 02:12:52 you know when I'm you can't you nigga that's your attorney so wait wait wait hold let me ask you just one question about why my whole thing I put it like this If I would, like, do you feel, and don't get mad at me by the question. Your job is the exposures. If you were exposing people for the last year and come to find out one of the exposures was a rat,
Starting point is 02:13:24 don't you feel that you missed something like you should, you can. Hell no, hell no, because I'm going to tell you why. The person you were exposing people with, he ended up being a rat. What's your same movie? No, you're missing the point. You got to read it. Remember, that's just like, there's never no signs that I'm a dofine.
Starting point is 02:13:44 You never had a sign of them, I'm a doofing, right? And then all of a sudden, I start coming in to, and like, yo, something odd. This behavior ain't normal. So you sit back, you pay attention to it
Starting point is 02:13:59 because I'm moving totally different. You got to remember, I never got a phone call about. this kind of shit and then you tell me for this but I'm like I don't even sound right and then days go by you're telling me a charge going to come
Starting point is 02:14:19 and a charge never comes so then I'm really scratch my and then next thing you know after two bell denials you on the phone recording your sentence you know I'm about to get out now
Starting point is 02:14:32 okay cool everybody's listening right and one thing I'm noticing now, other people. I don't know if they want to be down. I don't know what it is, but they're taking upon themselves to do their own investigation and figure shit out.
Starting point is 02:14:50 That means somebody took the time to pull do's attorney, which is probably available somewhere, and called down there, often listening to the content that been ran over there on Gigi channel, And the receipts been dropped between what was going on about this video and took that information and questioned this man, which is his attorney, and said, look, I got the, I know the information on the video that he gave you that, you know, he's trying to use to get out. But I don't want to be named. And he said, no, the DA, it'll just be like it came from Tremaine. nigga, hold on, bro.
Starting point is 02:15:38 Whatever your attorneys talking about they're already on line with the DA nigga something ain't right talking about turning something in. Your attorney's supposed to be to defend you, am I right? On charges. Add charges, opinion, or current
Starting point is 02:15:53 charges, right? You're right, you're right. Hey, bro, listen, so now you've got to remember, this is all new shit. You got to remember. All I was doing was doing for promoting. and do shit help building his brain. I ain't have to be confronted with none of this kind of shit.
Starting point is 02:16:11 So listen, yeah, listen, I'm going to be real. There's some niggis in my neighborhood right now to probably call my phone as rats. It's real shit. You were in the exposers with him exposing other rats. No, you got to remember. Exponents were there prior to. Wait, I was going to get direct answer to.
Starting point is 02:16:31 Did you think that... We let him in the car. Listen, we let him in the car. Do you think... Do you think Luz-Kam? is a rap. No, I know now after hearing that shit. But don't you feel like you've missed a...
Starting point is 02:16:40 You ever watch Dexter like they're looking for serial killers, the bigger serial killer work for them? No, I'm going to tell you why, right? I'm going to tell you why. Because on some real shit, and you know what? Looking back at it, looking back at it, right?
Starting point is 02:16:55 Also, I'm going to be real with you. Looking back at it, I always want. I say, yo, dude, we're doing some wild shit. Like, he don't give a fuck. So just looking back at it now, like, seeing what I'm seeing, you right. You're right. If you said a nigga missed that, a nigga missed that. But this shit ain't, hey, listen, bro, any time a niggas run around doing shit,
Starting point is 02:17:19 nigga, like, he ain't got no worries in the world something up. But this and this, I'm going to be real, it ain't even him. It's his broad. His broad keep fucking sending his smoke signals. Wait, wait, wait. Do you think she's stitching too, or you think that... No, I think she's doing shit intentionally
Starting point is 02:17:41 to expose this, nigga. Bro, because, listen, what Luke Cannon don't know the other shit she's doing. Like, for instance, right, when he first went, I say, you'll send me the link so I can register
Starting point is 02:17:53 and call me. She told me for a week she was going to send it. Never sent it. So she got it to where the nigger can't call nobody but her. You get what I'm saying? He don't know. what's going on. He don't know that
Starting point is 02:18:06 she's texting me all this other additional shit. I'm telling you, bro. Like, I wouldn't, listen, if she wouldn't have told me what she told me, I don't even think, big you, I don't even think he wanted her to tell me that shit.
Starting point is 02:18:22 What? The shit she's saying is waving. Bro, today, did you see what she did today? She leaked the call. What they were, she was like, hey, listen, we need to do this to try to debunk. We're going to just switch it up. and say this
Starting point is 02:18:35 and she put it up on their fucking channel. Yeah. Like, bro, who does that? That's kind of odd, huh? Bro, this is what I'm... Bro, she'd go to GV's page. She put it up on her fucking channel.
Starting point is 02:18:49 Like, it's like me calling you acting. We like, yo, bro, and she came out, so we got to figure out our way how to debunk and get around that shit. And we talk, all right, we're going to say this and we're going to say that, and we're going to spend this and we're going to spend that. And then I take it
Starting point is 02:19:02 and put it up. he put it up today, nickers. The people in the channel out here, let me send to see you. I don't think you understand what I'm saying.
Starting point is 02:19:18 Well, hold on. I get what you're saying. But here's my question. If this guy is a rat and he's been around you for, like, obviously you're not doing nothing crazy,
Starting point is 02:19:30 but like he's been around you for like probably about a year. Fucking way. Here you go, bro. It's on your text. Don't you. There's no one. there's no way bro
Starting point is 02:19:39 she didn't know what she was doing bro play that shit bro you don't bro play that shit bro just play it so I thought about it right I think we need to do a recording of you saying
Starting point is 02:19:56 hold on that's the first one you threw him a bone and he bit it like like the second one play these two bro back back there ain't no bitch doing that bro an accident my nigga and he don't know
Starting point is 02:20:08 because ain't nobody telling me She's lying in him So why would she She has a baby with him That's a new bro Why was she? Hey bro. Bro, she's gonna make her way
Starting point is 02:20:21 Up body here, bro. Listen, she's embarrassed Look, Gigi's been exposing All the lies dude told her The lady embarrassed, bro. Bro, she thought she was really married, bro. She didn't figure out She got a fake wedding certificate
Starting point is 02:20:35 Gigi didn't put up all the shit She's embarrassed, bro. And she's going to make her, bro. Play that shit you got right now. You tell me, you tell me, was deathful to go up? That ain't know, it's an accident. Let me see. Bro, play that here, bro.
Starting point is 02:21:02 Come on what I'm talking about. It's rolling. I'm going to edit the first part out. Hello? Hello. When people were up here? I thought about it. I think we need to do a recording of you.
Starting point is 02:21:17 saying that you gave him a bone to bite and he threw him a bone and he bit it like it was a setup to see how he would take it, you know what I'm saying? Do you hear me? I think you should do that because that'll clear it up to see how far he would go and see if he would
Starting point is 02:21:36 really snake and turn on you. You know what I'm saying? I think you need to do that to clear it and then I'm going to play it on my lab. I told everybody I'm going live at 1 o'clock because I'm tired of this shit. And then he's trying to also put something on you Let me call Play it out No, I just did
Starting point is 02:21:56 I just did So wait Wait wait wait wait Wait wait Wait wait What I'm saying Like you gotta follow me Bro
Starting point is 02:22:00 Bro these things Ain't Listen to me This a lot Look she's exposing dude She's exposing him He don't have a clue
Starting point is 02:22:09 Because unless she tells him What's happening He don't know All right Wait right I'm with you on everything Here's my question I think
Starting point is 02:22:19 Everybody does want to know this question Is you telling me, did a get a... Whack? We believe you. Be working. So now we want you to... I got to ask you this because if he's been working for a while and for a year he was around you... Oh, 7.
Starting point is 02:22:34 What do you think... O 7? What do you think he was trying to get from being around you? You know what I am? You think he was trying to line. Yeah, definitely. But see, here goes the thing, bro. What, though?
Starting point is 02:22:49 Is it? bro listen you gotta remember this ain't the first time the first time it happened was um back it's in a book book called murder rap by greggate's go pull it up go to the chapter called studded box you see pictures of me should night all that right a whole chapter where a nigga tried to line me thought i was doing something nine months tracking devices everything on my trucks my cars phones everything gang, raids all that, only to find out that he runs a small, a string of small legal businesses.
Starting point is 02:23:26 Right? Yeah, okay. Yeah, right. So this ain't the first time. When people see me, we're doing this thing. We're doing the internet. People think I'm a gang, a banger, and I got to be doing some wrong. Truth be told, I'm sitting in the motherfucking Beverly Hills right now.
Starting point is 02:23:45 I got probably a trillion dollars worth of investors in there. I got number two people from Abu Dhabi. I got the people doing fucking virtual VR to fucking kill the brain from certain. I've been up here all day for eight hours, right, taking meetings, doing business side of deals. I'm far from when people think I am, but when people on the outside looking in at people will be thinking I'm doing shit I ain't supposed to be doing. on some real shit so you know what they're like well let's go over there and see what he doing because these niggas got to work they got to give shit up I act I don't do a motherfucking thing wrong to generate no income if I ain't at the grid I'm in the field when I'm in the field
Starting point is 02:24:33 I got to do no jumper all I'm up here doing a mother part of my business with meetings wait wait wait wait so that's the confusing thing if you're not doing anything why the hell with a rat want to be around you. But you're missing the point. They don't, listen, the more they'd see you what you ain't doing. Oh, it's a handler put him around.
Starting point is 02:24:56 Not, and they might not even be at. They might just be, bro, it's like digging for gold, homie. You got to find something to bring it back. They ain't going to tell you would have to go unless they,
Starting point is 02:25:08 you know, sending you at a motherfucker that could be it. I don't know. You don't know what I'm saying? but 85% of the time I'm with my woman. 15% of the time, I'm hustling with my woman. My woman right here with me, right? If I FaceTime me right now, you're going to say whack, you're in the heels and some shit worth 50 me.
Starting point is 02:25:29 Right now, if you face it on me right now, and you're going to see every, I'm the only motherfucker in here look like me. I got Russians, I got motherfucking Armenians, fucking people from Abu Dhabi, India. That's all that's in this spot where I'm at right now. They ain't nothing but them is going on. You get what I'm saying?
Starting point is 02:25:46 So people don't know because they really don't see me. They just assume. So when you got a nigga outside looking in, he think I'm doing something. He think I'm moving something. But that ain't the case, right? I really believe either. I got to believe it,
Starting point is 02:26:03 especially after that work we seen yesterday. Niggas, you got an open case, nigga, from mother 2007. You didn't see the word? Hold on, bro. Ain't no way. He has an open case. Okay, here you go, Act.
Starting point is 02:26:18 He fuck what I'm talking about. Here you go. Here. Here. You ain't no fucking fool. You're very intelligent. Check your text, bro. Why did Luce not tell you about these things?
Starting point is 02:26:31 Why would he tell me, motherfucker, if you work it? The fuck. Look, look, now this shit, see, when you get, everybody goes to work, my immediate team, and people that want to be part of the team. This shit right here is GG work. You see, okay? So I look with circle and I slide it and look at the definition for what that mean.
Starting point is 02:26:55 That's 18 years. You know when they hold something over your head, they never close it out. That's the threat. Yeah. Fuck what I'm talking about. That's a fresh pool two days ago. That shit from 07.
Starting point is 02:27:10 Talk what I'm talking about that. See, now we're looking. now we're paying attention how's it pending adjudication for most heaven okay whack and Gigi and brought him
Starting point is 02:27:28 some nigga name chosen he said the niggas started holling from the sale I'm gonna cooperate I'm gonna cooperate it was my brother let me out of here he said the nigger scared him so bad he went in there and took the charges whack
Starting point is 02:27:40 man I have to see this though I have to see this because I know you said the exposures was a lot more people, but I remember the top three guys. You lose since $600. Don't you got to run $600 file now
Starting point is 02:27:56 because he might have some shit like this. Listen, no, that was, no, listen. That was the voices. The real exposures is the researchers, bro. I'm going to keep it 100. Have you ran 600's file? Yeah, I went and ran this shit. We ran that shit like a year ago.
Starting point is 02:28:13 Is he all good? You're all good. Everything about him was good. Oh, so I never ran. You never ran loose can of shit? No, we never ran this shit. We never ran and you just... Because you gotta remember,
Starting point is 02:28:25 we didn't know too much about the nigga, but... You know, we ain't know too much about the nigga. On some real shit. Nobody wasn't saying nothing. Nobody wasn't saying nothing. You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 02:28:39 But now is up. Everybody digging. You got people, bro, in this own So wait a minute, hold on if you're saying loose cannon's telling
Starting point is 02:28:50 my main man little Dirk is tied down and in the same spot with him bro I don't know I said his pops his pops land today I said
Starting point is 02:29:02 to your son wrote I believe that nigga got sent up there to try to get something out of me it's a fact you've seen what they said about that fake interview you did right
Starting point is 02:29:12 wait what oh hold on I didn't send you that. Here you go. I thought I sent it to you. Here you go. Little Dirk sent word. And I had to tell him you had nothing to do with it.
Starting point is 02:29:26 They lied to act, too. Here you go, act. Wait, wait, wait. Who asked about the interview? Here, bro. It wasn't never supposed to be an interview. I like to the nicket. They're telling you was an interview, right?
Starting point is 02:29:40 He's telling him. Who's Risi? Who's Risi? Listen. That's part of his management team. Listen, they're telling dirt, hey, actors want to talk to you. He thought it was just a one-on-one call with you and him.
Starting point is 02:29:55 You know, that nigga would have been called you and ran it up. These niggas is telling you they're bringing dirt. And then he's telling dirt, hey, axi, want to hollage real quick. To make, this is why. He didn't even know what the fucker Cherise was. That's why when she asked that dumb-ass question, he throws up. He didn't even know it was good, bro. You're looking at it.
Starting point is 02:30:15 what to somebody's name rice he says um please let whack know he thought he was talking to act he did not know he was being recorded just like he said he didn't want to talk to nobody
Starting point is 02:30:32 but since it was act and he thought buddy told him he didn't want to talk to him he went on ahead and talked to him he don't know anything about that lady blah blah this is crazy even did that y'all y'all don't think yeah because i don't like um um what's the name was putting me on contact with
Starting point is 02:30:48 with Dirk on email. So you're saying Dirk didn't know that that was a public thing. He had no idea. He's telling you, yo, I got a meeting that thing with Dirk set up. But then he's telling Dirk, hey, I want to talk to you real quick. It was all cap. You ready? What we mean that?
Starting point is 02:31:15 Now, this is crazy. I'm about to go in here and meet, uh, with these gentlemen for this. You know, but, you know, but, you know. even rolling you got everything bro you need to run that all that shit back you looking at it fuck what i'm talking about you got it all right i'm gonna look at it i'm gonna look at it idea what's going on chat recorded yo this remind me of dexter you ever watch dexter i love dexter any dexter fans in the building oh yeah i probably wouldn't sleep on me oh y'all chat wouldn't sleep on me fuck sorry y'all anybody who watched dexter in the building

I just add a kick and kick's numbers get counted in. Oh, we got 2,000 on Rumble. So it's, it's not 11,000. We got 13,000 in here. Holy. Holy, a little 13 can of building. Honestly, I just don't know, bro. Wack went from from telling me, act, could you please not indulge in this anymore? I thought like, you know, just to be honest with y'all the way how whack told me was like he felt like they were trying to get him indicted and i was just like wax been good to me i don't want to keep participating in something that's trying to get whack indicted even though i don't believe he has nothing to do any murder
Starting point is 02:33:38 but it was almost like this guy's trying to get me caught up this guy's telling on me and i was just like whoa okay i'll back up i know something i'll be like yo act well you did the worst i rack If a friend of mine was in a case, I would be like I'm an opt out. I've told you, I'm biased. You know how many times shit come across my desk about Joe Button? You know what I do? I send it to Joe Button and I walk away. Y'all niggins kids can tell me, I'm biased.
Starting point is 02:34:06 I'm sorry. Get mad. Shit came across my desk about Charlemagne. I sent it to him. Yo, Charlemagne, yo, you handled that, nigga. Peace. I'm not going to talk about it. I ain't got to do it.
Starting point is 02:34:17 You my man's. I'm sorry. Yeah, what it would have come to my man's. I give my mans. I have a man's card. That's my man's. I send it to my man's, and I just do the disappearing act.
Starting point is 02:34:28 Peace. Now, if they do it for me, I don't know if they do, but I do it for them. Okay. Yeah, 100%. So, oh, yeah, I should be like, oh, well, you did the worst shot.
Starting point is 02:34:38 I don't know. I'm not that man's a shot rack. I'm sorry. If that was my man's, I'd be like, sorry. I'm telling you, I'm biased.
Starting point is 02:34:45 Get mad. So I told me he thought he was, like, loose can to put, trying to put a murder on him. I'm like, what? It's your murder or whack? I'm like, let me fall back out of this. Now, whack is calling me to be like, yo, act, he's a snitch. I'm like, okay.
Starting point is 02:35:02 All right. I mean, he got some evidence. Like, the only thing I would say is I'm like, yo, whack, how to fuck? How to fuck? How do, like, if me and, you'll put like this, if I'm in a, say we have an anti-pdiff group and we're finding all the PDFs, It's me and Vitaly finding all the PDFs.
Starting point is 02:35:26 All right, let me just put someone of the purse. I want to shout to Vitaly. I know you go on this. I'm sharing me, Vitale and person A. We're finding all the PDFs. If it turns out that person A is a PDF, we're like, how the hell we're looking? It's like looking for bin Laden and the Taliban.
Starting point is 02:35:44 And one of the main people looking is a Taliban leader. You're like, what the fuck? How the hell is one of the leaders helping us look for? the shit. That's some niggis shit. I always said, man, niggis, they're only as loyal as their last meal. They will steal from you and help you look for it. Wait, no, I forgot what else I was going to say. No, they'll steal from you and
Starting point is 02:36:10 help you look for it. And, yeah, yeah, that's the thing. They'll steal from you to help you look for it. The point of the matter is, if we're looking for, if the exposures is to expose the snitches, imagine one of the biggest snitches exposing people as snitches. What? How? How does this work, chat?
Starting point is 02:36:35 So now you look crazy because you're like, so y'all found all the snitches except the one that was helping y'all look for the snitches? How that should work? So that's the only, like, I think there's a little bit of egg pause that's on wax face. It just be like, your whack. How to hell you ain't know that the biggest. it's snitch, at least according to you now, you was with. And then more questions come about because I'm like, well, if he's a snitch, why he
Starting point is 02:37:02 want to be next to you? Because if he wants to find out shit about people, he must think you're doing something bad. Because once he's attached to you, nobody wants to be around him. Because you're the one exposing snitches. So if he's a snitch and he's around you, he must be trying to snitch on you. What the hell you don't? I don't know, bro. This is so convoluted.
Starting point is 02:37:26 And I like lose, bro. I do like lose. So I really don't even want to put, like, this is why I know Wack is like, no, AC you got the content, run it up. And I'm like, Wack, you just told me to stop running it up. Now he's telling me to run. I'm like, what? Do I keep going?
Starting point is 02:37:40 Do I stop? What? Okay. I'm just back out of this one. Churice, wherever you are, I'm going to just give you some advice. Y'all are fighting a battle with Wack. It's clear Wax spends about 80% of the day figuring out how to destroy y'all.
Starting point is 02:38:01 You can't win. Just either bow out, focus on your husband's hopeful, you know, departure from jail. You're going against Wack 100, bro, like, I'm going to be honest. It's like impossible to win. I don't even know what to tell you. I feel bad if you, but I don't know what to tell you. Because whether it's true or not, I don't know what to tell you.
Starting point is 02:38:24 Once Wax set his sights on, you, you, bro, some random Negro sent audio to whack talking to your attorney. Your attorney should even be on the phone. I don't know. I don't know. I don't even know what to tell these people, man.
Starting point is 02:38:45 Chat. I know. I know we're only at five hours. I'm calling it, though. I love y'all. I want to say big salute to kick. Kick.com slash academics.
Starting point is 02:38:58 We ran it up today. By the way, there's really low delay on this. We have 3.7K followers. I'm so happy. 3.7K followers on our first stream. We have over like, I think, how many subs?
Starting point is 02:39:18 We have like 500 subs. I appreciate you guys so much. Thank you to Aiden. Thank you to everybody else. Thank you to Yay. Yay sent me a new version of the song. We'll play it during tomorrow. Thank all you.
Starting point is 02:39:32 guys. I just want to say thanks to everybody who's watching. Day three, I think, was a success. I feel like I somewhat made up for yesterday. I hope you felt that way, too. Once again, everybody, listen, as long as we sell out, yo, I need everybody to cop a fucking ticket, my nigga. I'm sorry. I gotta tell you that.
Starting point is 02:39:57 Get it, get it done. Really, we need at least the lower, like this, lower section sold out we got 30 tickets left here i think down here is i think so far so this venue holds like 500 um we've sold about we've sold like 300 tickets which it's kind of cool but you know i mean which by the way i think we're at about amount of the same tickets we sold for the last event so like we're kind of you know i don't you know of course you're gonna have these people this is something that i'm personally challenging myself with again nobody can say nothing to me i'm the rich i'm sorry but I do want to be able to try to do events to bring you guys out.
Starting point is 02:40:39 It's not about making money. If you guys don't even know what I did, so Live Nation came to us. Like when you load this page, just to be mad transparent with y'all, it says this event uses all in pricing, which means the ticket of the cost of the ticket, including you're seeing the whole cost of the ticket. So Live Nation told us they were like, so what we do, whatever price you set, we give like $10 extra for I was like whoa no no no we're gonna take the cost deducted from our money
Starting point is 02:41:10 um and I think they said the lowest week ago like they wouldn't go too low the lowest we could go was 35000 tickets and we're like bruh for the venue costs like 10 bands nigga fuck 10 bands who gives a fuck right so the venue cost 10 bands I'm paying for everything who gives a damn and I don't care about recouping um I'm giving away shit there anyway So, I'm keeping a hundred about everything. I'm just to show you the live event. Just mad transparent. I told them the lowest price, they wouldn't let me go.
Starting point is 02:41:40 I would have sold this shit for two bucks, bro. I don't give a fuck. You know what I'm saying? I would have this shit for free. Because I already paid these niggas of money. Like, nigga I paid for the venue. Can't we just have it for free? Let's let everybody in.
Starting point is 02:41:51 I know. And I guess it's probably because of the venue in Live Nation. So all of this shit, like, you know what I mean? I don't know. Anyway. So I paid for the venue already. It's 10 bands. and then, um, what else?
Starting point is 02:42:05 Yeah, they wouldn't let us go below $35. And I told him, I said, bro, this is, I want just people to be with me. And they're like, well, we can't go below 35, but then we have fees. So they put out the first ticket thing. And I was like, what the fuck? I was like, no, niggas don't want to pay $40. Niggas is broke right now. Stop it.
Starting point is 02:42:24 We want them to see $35 for the cheapest ticket. They're like, oh, well, we have to have a scale. Why do we have to have a scale? I try to tell them, I'm not. trying to make money off of this shit this is like i'm sorry like i'm you know i've been very fortunate in this shit i don't give a damn um but for whatever reason i think it's some live nation and and in the um event space type of thing they have to charge a minimum and i was just like whatever the only thing i got is this all in pricing so you guys get no fees i believe
Starting point is 02:42:53 anyway whatever so um the good news is we are ready at the amount of tickets sold for that we probably sold last time we sold they're like 300 last time which is good we're about at like 300 now um that's not counting all the VIPs and all these other people who have to accommodate but you know I left mad other tickets that if you guys want to cop so um just to give you a full honest update about it we're pretty much at last events numbers but you know obviously I want to just have more y'all in the building right so yeah and yeah I'm not trying to make anything Y'all could do the math on it. I'll pocket watch myself.
Starting point is 02:43:32 Like, I'm a real ass nigga, bro. Let me see. You want to pocket watch myself? I'll pocket watch myself. That's how gangsta you. Calculator. Just to show y'all, like, I'm literally not making nothing off of this, right?
Starting point is 02:43:47 Cool. Here my calculator. I pay 10 bands, right? For the space. Which, by the way, they usually, last time when I was doing it, Charleston White, which they canceled, they had me pay half up front.
Starting point is 02:44:00 and then when they realize it's Charleston White they cancel this shit and give it back to me. This time they asked for the whole thing and I was like, whatever, take it. Okay, so let's say, I think this is 490 seats
Starting point is 02:44:10 or something like that. Say $35, they wouldn't let me go below that. 35 times, it scales, so it's not 35, right? So really, average ticket price is probably 50 or 50, whatever. Let's say 50. Let's say 45, actually.
Starting point is 02:44:25 Let me see. 45 times 490, which we're not, I don't think we're going to sell out $490, but I don't give a fuck in school. So theoretically, I would make $12,000. I don't care to make $12,000.
Starting point is 02:44:39 I'm sorry, right? But let's see, we sold $300 already. $45,000, $300,000, $3,000 in profits. I'm already, like, nigga, I really just don't give a fuck. I'm bringing personally, like, $5,000 to give out to people in the audience. Like, that's kind of a, I'm ruined to my own surprise, but I got mad games and shit we're going to play. I'm giving out my own money, but like, again, I don't see this as a way to make money.
Starting point is 02:45:07 Like, there's no way, unless I had like some crazy tort, I'm never going to make money off live, live shit. Like, no. So this is really just a turn up. And if, you know what I mean, I'm going to be honest with y'all. If somebody I really can't afford it, niggas just hit me up. I will just give y'all a ticket. It really don't matter to me. I already pay for the venue.
Starting point is 02:45:24 Don't care. Okay. So, this is rock out. Other than that, yeah, birthday party, I got some people who were allegedly showing up, but you never know these niggas. You know, you never know what I mean? I was thinking about, to be even more transparent, right?
Starting point is 02:45:45 So remember, like right now, this is $13,000. I'm already giving out at least $5,000 trust. This happened. So I'm already in the hope. Then I'm like, I'm asking a few rappers. I'm like, pull up on a strength, but some of these niggas, bro, no disrespect. So I'm like, yo, I might have to throw a little 10 bands to a rapper to pop up or whatever.
Starting point is 02:46:05 I'm cool with that too. So I might be down. So that would be 10,015, 25, and I only made 13. Just to do the math on that. I'm losing $8,000. But who cares? If I went to the strip club with some whores, I'd probably spend $8,000. Who cares?
Starting point is 02:46:20 You get what I'm saying? So a good night with y'all having a memorable birthday experience. That means more to me than anything else. and that's the, you know, for the people who think that I'm mad, transparent about myself. I talk about my, like, somebody, the only thing I want to talk about is, like, court cases, because I wish I could, just I have lawyers. But I'll talk about anything else with myself. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 02:46:39 I'm rich, okay? I made more money than any of these guys. So, I'm not looking to make money on this. I just want people up in the building. And we should have a good, I'm very confident we're going to be good. I just got to get a good show now. So now, for the rest of the time, for the rest of the time, until, the show.
Starting point is 02:46:57 I'm working on this show to make sure you guys are like, oh shit, this is fire. Because I know you guys kind of want a version of the stream, but you want something that's really like dope. And also I kind of want to do comedy. So these are all things that are like my aspirations. And this is what I would do want to say, right?
Starting point is 02:47:13 These are me doing this live show is like my aspirations and me coming from a DJ background that love entertain the audience live. I'm trying to, whatever. What else? I do have an announcement, but I don't know if I should. I got to say it. All right, I'm going to say to get off the stream. Hey, don't try to run up on me.
Starting point is 02:47:51 I got the guys with me. Do the live stream. We got the sweet, baby. We got the sweet. All right, man. Oh, that's tomorrow. Today's some other shit. Anyway, if we could,
Starting point is 02:48:15 so I'm talking, I'm trying to, like, make sure if we could live stream, I'm going to be up in there, man. Wait till they play that and not like us. Boom! Can I play? Oh, man. Love y'all.
Starting point is 02:48:38 Love y'all. Love y'all. I hope y'all have a great night. Day three in the books. I'm telling y'all, chat. Before I stream, tell me to go get a coffee. I promise you. Two of these bitches have me good.
Starting point is 02:48:52 I'm not even drunk right now. I ain't got out of you. Like, I was so wired off of that. By the time I started drinking, I still ain't get drunk. And, like, we've gone through, like, five hours and 30 minutes. So it looks like if I start off drinking,
Starting point is 02:49:04 by three hours in, this stream goes to shit. If I start off drinking coffee, we're gonna be on for five hours plus. You feel what I'm saying? You feel what I'm saying? All good. Anyway, let me take this on the screen. Oh, wait, they're there than eighth, two?
Starting point is 02:49:23 They're there tomorrow night. Why don't get tickets to tomorrow? Anyway, all good. And welcome to my kick folks. By the way, we've talked to kick. the bag is beans that's another reason i'm like yo like bro salute to all the people who got to go on the road to mix bread as like media companies or media personalities thanks to all the record labels and thanks to all the fucking deals
Starting point is 02:49:59 we've done we're very good and i'm very happy kick welcome home and um steak big act grand and the team we love you we love you so much chat niggas ain't nothing big than chat, I appreciate y'all. I love y'all. And, um, oh, you know I did some, you know what I realized? Chat, this is going to be a little bit bun. So my dogs, all right, this is going to be my last story and I'm getting on. So my dogs, like, they're on my balcony. First of all, you know last night when I was fucking drunk? So last night, I'm drunk as shit. I fucking go to sleep. I wonder if I ain't like my gate or something like that, my fucking doorbell is ringing at like 3 a.m. Like, what?
Starting point is 02:50:49 So I'm already Let's grab the blake and the shoddy Let's see what's popping And of course I'm like dogs Get these niggins That's why I got four ratwilders Except three of them weren't inside It was the cops
Starting point is 02:51:05 Fucking cops showed it to my fucking crib last time I'm like, what's up man? What's up? They're like, yo, we got mad noise complaints Your dogs is going crazy in the neighborhood I forgot I left them up I went, I was so drunk last night on stream That's what I call it last night
Starting point is 02:51:17 stream strong trash. I left my three dogs, like, in their balcony area. They were cool, it's a good temperature, whatever, whatever. But they weren't in, like, they got nice beds inside and shit like that. Anyway, they were going so crazy outside, like barking and shit like that because everything, they're like, they're on timing. They said the cops came like, yo, we got like 15 calls.
Starting point is 02:51:38 Like, what's up, bro? I'm like, oh, I was drunk. I brought them in and everything was good. So anyway, today I was doing, like, some construction shit. Not really. but I was fixing the balcony because these motherfuckers, they chew on everything. These are rottwilers.
Starting point is 02:51:51 They were like fucking sharp razor blade teeth. They fucking chewed through the wood on my fucking deck. And today I bought some shit from Home Depot and I was like, you know, get my shit. I was like fucking making, I was replacing the shit they chewed through. And that's what I was noticing. I'm like,
Starting point is 02:52:10 I think I got wood chips like right here because I'm like, I was using the fucking circle of soul. All type of shit, man. Oh, no. Anyway, TMI, but who cares? As long as I know my life. But yeah, all my babies are, they're inside, they're sleeping. I wake up at 7.30, which I am going to do today.
Starting point is 02:52:29 And then I get them up, and I get them all food by the time. It takes about like two hours. I play Fortnite, play Fortnite every day. And then we get to about, like, 5, 6 o'clock that I think about stream. And then I get on like 7 or 8 or 9 or 10 or 11. so we'll do that tomorrow I was doing construction you a hater who the fuck is this
Starting point is 02:52:53 let me see what this is yo brother I'm telling you like nigga I'm using a circular saw today I had a hammer I'm like hitting the shit because like they bite through the thing and there's like yeah I don't even want to see
Starting point is 02:53:05 yo I'm gonna put I'm gonna put it on my story tomorrow I'm gonna put it on my story tomorrow because I think it's really like playing with me like I think he's got to give me some credit even though my half bathroom I'm still not done with it nigga I put up like eight tiles
Starting point is 02:53:17 and I got to make some cuts in the tiles now, like some for the, for the place where you, for the outlets and where you like, because I have a double switch and I'm mad lazy. So, not mad lazy, but I got to do that. Anyway, um, the life of academics, man. And also, really, I, I shouldn't be doing no construction because I'm working on this show. So every day now, I'm starting to do writing. If I didn't know the, the, the, when I was doing them YouTube videos at the end, well, actually at the beginning, it was all about writing. All the first or the the first Warren Shirek shit and my first videos were all written.
Starting point is 02:53:59 I used to have a script. And I got into the method of kind of almost like it's like writing comedy and then trying to put informative shit in there. So I am going to be, I'm doing some writing and I have to like try to nail it in a performance perspective. Might go to a comedy show or some shit like that. I'm trying to channel my inner Andrew Shultz. So if you come to the show I'm gonna try to do 30 minutes of comedy But I'm gonna kind of cloak it like I'm not
Starting point is 02:54:26 Because I'm still pussy I'm still scared That you guys would be like Yo this nigga is not that funny man Get this thing out of here So anyway That's going on I'm gonna get off
Starting point is 02:54:35 And go Rub Pluto's stomach It's my little boy Or my big boy And um Fall asleep Okay I don't know why I decided to tell you
Starting point is 02:54:49 What the fuck I'm about to be doing For the rest of the day Love y'all.
