So if she says she got raped, you can't ask about it too much.

Even if she took it down or you can't press her on it, that would be like you're re-victimized and a potential victim. So her saying that about another man, that's not in this case can't be brought into this case. That's what my understanding of, because I read all these rules, that would be probative. And the idea here is not to re-victimize a victim,

so asking her about her allegations about 50 cents to possible, and by the way, they're probably going to make that argument, right? They're probably going to talk about it early in the morning tomorrow before cross, right? I'm pretty sure they're going to be like, hey, we want to bring that up, and I'm pretty sure AUSA is going to object, and jump submarine him is going to be like, hey, well, If she's a victim or a potential victim, we can't talk about it's the reason why they won't talk about sexual history. In this video, we're going to go into one of the rules of evidence that probably on the surface seems the most tricky. We're going to be talking about Rule 403 in this video. So let me just click on this, right? So it's in sex offense cases with which this is sexual trafficking, right? So the following evidence is not admissible, right? Evidence that's offered to prove that a victim engaged in other sexual behavior or evidence that proves your predisposition. So you can't bring up in a federal court. So you really shouldn't do anything and she didn't hear from him for a while and then she ended up hearing from a very large media company we don't know what that company is but essentially they asked her if she had any comment before they were going to release this tape she calls diddy very upset she actually said she fainted just about and he got his legal team on it and the video was never released she testified that she doesn't know what happened but she knows that it wasn't released Then this is where it got pretty crazy. And what they did not tell us at that point is something that's. actually very critical is that the domestic violence, which allegedly occurred on June 18, 2024, immediately preceded an act that could be qualified as sex trafficking, meaning right after he beat her, Diddy compelled Jane. This is the woman who's been testifying his girlfriend

from 2021 to 2024, compelled her to engage in commercial sex. I'm going to break down this story for you in better detail so you can appreciate what we all learned and few people in the world have heard this story yet so it's june 18th 2024 diddy is at cassie's house and he comes when he comes to her house there's even video of them hanging out and she said a fight ensued like less than 30 minutes after after she had she had shot some some video of diddy of hanging out in her house. So she basically waited there and was hoping to wait him out. She said roughly two hours, or felt to her like two hours after she fled. She goes back to her house and figured that Diddy would have left by then, but he was still there. And she ends up getting, she ends up coming back there and they end up having.

And that's the third count of the five charges against Diddy.
