Starting point is 00:01:46 You're waking up in, oh, you're waking up in the UK. That means 8 o'clock, 8 a.m. in the UK. That's kind of cool. It's kind of cool. All right, anyway, we're going to get to a couple topics. I do know you guys are probably the tired, drunk, or, you know, you might just be laid up with your significant other tonight. We'll get to a couple of things in general.
Starting point is 00:02:07 You guys could kind of guide me with the topics that you care about. I see the 50 cent lawsuit thing kind of like pending. And before this liquor, because I ain't going on line, I'm going to be honest with y'all. I'm going to tell you out now. So for everybody who's asking for an eight-hour stream, I've been drinking before this. So I didn't get on here completely sober. I got on here because I love y'all. So I'm going to give y'all and I'm going to give y'all.
Starting point is 00:02:31 But please don't think I'm going to do eight hours. I am not the most sober person. Anyway, let's kind of get into a few things. I do want to, you know, at least start off stream, a little bit positive as you guys get in here. First and foremost, as we usually do with the top of the stream, I like to kind of inform you about what's going on in the world. Number one, just some housekeeping stuff.
Starting point is 00:02:56 I hope you guys have taken note. We have our, my birthday show is coming up. It's happening on May 15th, the same day as Drake is dropping the album. Don't ask, okay? by the way I think we're all sold out of VIP tickets except three these are the only three VIP tickets these are meet and greets so I think we had like 60 or 70 meeting greets so there's only three meet and greet tickets left other than that you know there's still a bunch of seats you guys could get at the venue again May 15th we're going to be having a celebration not only of me but a few
Starting point is 00:03:34 guys and it is going to be the pretty much also celebration that drink dropped dropping a fucking ice band album so we're going to have a good time other than that i do want to get you guys up to speed on what's going on in the world number one very big and important okay i always tell y'all this before we get into hip-hop conversations hip-hop and most conversations we have dealing with culture or rappers starts at the top. Business dictates what we're going to see, talk about who's going to be around and what the conversation is going to be, whether you want to believe it or not. So when analyzing why you're seeing what you're seeing, you have to understand the business
Starting point is 00:04:28 of music, the business of what we do, which is really the music business. We're just on the media side for you to understand what's happening. I'm going to give you a really accurate breakdown of what's going on right now. We're in a time where, yes, Iceman's coming, but there's a bunch of other artists who are scared to drop. They ain't got nothing going on. You know what I mean? And in all the shit that they're kind of putting out,
Starting point is 00:04:57 we have realized that essentially right now, the music business is actually. having a shift in front of our very eyes. Let me give you a breakdown, people. So, first and foremost, news came out of UMG, and UMG's, if you don't know, Universal Music Group. It's the biggest label in the world, okay? It's bigger than Warner and Sony.
Starting point is 00:05:25 It's one of the top three. There is a triopoly, if you want to believe that, which means the music industry is dominated by three big companies, Universal, Warner, and the world. Sony. Okay. So UMG has done something very interesting. And essentially, they have decided to sell half of its Spotify stake. Okay? Very important. So Universal Music Group is going to be selling half of a Spotify stake reportedly is going to generate $3.3 billion in revenue. and this is going to matter a lot. Let me explain in layman's terms what it means.
Starting point is 00:06:15 If you don't know who this guy is, this is Lucian Grange. But Universal Music Group has been shoring up its company and also its perspective to potentially be bought. This is huge news. This is after there's a guy named Bill, Ackman, okay? And there's a guy named Bill Ackman who is trying to buy the biggest record label. Okay.
Starting point is 00:06:54 And they put a proposal to buy Universal Music Group, which, by the way, is a public company. And in the proposal, they wanted to acquire the company, but also liquidate the stake in Spotify. Now, I think you guys should understand how, like, the, you know, the flow of how things work. Universal, their only leverage is that they own all the IP, which is they own the catalog of the greatest artist that's ever lived. Whether there's Drake, Beyonce, and let's say some or most of like Taylor Swift, right? and the way they make money is by leveraging that catalog. So TikTok wants to have people do dances and have Taylor Swift or Drake songs. They got to pay the Piper.
Starting point is 00:07:49 They got to pay Universal. So owning the catalog is Universal's main thing. When they licensed the rights for Spotify to be able to play their songs, Spotify gave them a ownership stake. This is why I've always said to people, it's impossible for you to compete with a major when Spotify is owned partially by the majors. Okay?
Starting point is 00:08:23 And, oh my God, I can hear my dogs. Jesus Christ, they're going to calm me down. So essentially, when it comes to ownership of these DSPs, Universal leverage their licensing agreement to own parts of them. So what's happened recently is that Universal has now decided that they're down to sell half of their Spotify stake. And this is like pretty big news. I'll tell you why. Okay.
Starting point is 00:08:57 So let me just read the article. Universal Music Group will sell half of its stake in Spotify. The company confirmed on Wednesday. while reporting this first quarter earnings, which came in flat year over year at about 2.9 billion euros, which is 3.3 billion in revenue. The move comes after Bill Ackman tried to buy the company,
Starting point is 00:09:20 and UMG is basically saying that they owned, as a 2025, UMG owned nearly 6.5 million shares in Spotify, and they're saying they're going to sell that, okay, to buy back stocks in their own company. Okay? Now, I hope I'm making sense here. So Universal, who's always leveraged your catalog,
Starting point is 00:09:50 and I'm going to tell you how it matters with Drake and everybody else. I explain in a second. Universal is about to be bought, or there is an offer on the table to be bought by some Jewish guy. The guy name is Bill Akken. Okay, Bill Ackman. Some Jewish guy, this is him, okay? He's trying to buy Universal Music Group.
Starting point is 00:10:12 Okay? This is him right here on the left. While he submitted a bid, right? Spotify, no, no, I mean, Universal, before it has to deal with that bid, it's actually taken the steps that this guy already proposed. in the buying proposal. So in buying the company and its proposal to buy the company, because remember, I got to go in front of the board.
Starting point is 00:10:41 One of the things homie suggested is that once we buy Universal, we're going to sell our stake in Spotify. Now, this is really interesting, Jack. Remember, Universal, Warner, and Sony wanted to have a stake in Spotify. Why? Because they wanted to have some type of incentive with Spotify. to prefer the labels rather than independent artists. Also, Spotify's worth is really leveraged with the catalog of UMG.
Starting point is 00:11:17 So basically, it was in their interest to actually own part of Spotify. But now they're saying they're selling their stake in Spotify. Why? Well, listen to a couple more things, okay? Lusian Grange, who did an earnest call, basically said that UMG would provide an update on the sales offer or the buyout offer from Ackman later. But they're saying that they're kind of doubling down
Starting point is 00:11:46 on their core business and that they believe that they could continue to build a really successful company without selling, but it's kind of looking like, they're just trying to get a higher price. So they're liquidating stuff to get a higher, to get more cash on hand, to get more solid position before a potential sale.
Starting point is 00:12:15 Now, every time I'm like, given these explanations, I'm always wondering, I'm like, I wonder if you guys are understanding or am I losing you. It's 2 o'clock. So I know, y'all probably like your act. What the fuck?
Starting point is 00:12:40 Like, let's get to some bullshit. Like, I want you to talk about Boston Richie, man. Is that a nigga getting pegged or not? Chill chat. Let's talk about some business real quick. Hold on. Somebody said, we don't care. You got to care.
Starting point is 00:12:57 All right, you want me to tell you why you care? So I was going to play like this expedite. I want you to understand the business because I'm trying to tell you where universal music groups, the biggest record label, I'm trying to tell you where they are with their business. Right? And I feel like y'all are telling me we don't give a fuck. Is this going to open or no? Give me a second.
Starting point is 00:13:27 Okay, okay, here we go. Here we go. And I only got two business things and we're going to get into some bullshit. Don't you worry. We're going to get into some bullshit literally after I got two business topics. Okay, they're going to quit. Heroes Universal Music Group is 70% of its stake. in Spotify worth roughly $1.4 billion.
Starting point is 00:13:57 And it's not random, it's strategy. That money isn't going to new artists, tech or expansion. It's being funneled back into a $1.1 billion share buyback program, doubling down on the idea that UMG believes that its own stock is undervalued. Look, instead of building outward. Okay, so just what he said is accurate. So basically, Universal, there's going to be a pendent sale conversation. It's going to be like Netflix about to get sold.
Starting point is 00:14:25 Oh, not Netflix. I mean, Warner Brothers is about to get sold to Netflix or Paramount. And that's where Universal is at. Now, remember what I told you, I told you guys this a long time ago. I'm wondering when Spotify is going to jump into the mix. I think Spotify is going to buy Warner. Eventually, I think Spotify will buy Warner. And that's going to be a power move of them.
Starting point is 00:14:49 Why would Spotify buy Warner? Spotify is worth as much as all three big record labels that help build them. So at a certain point, they should just take one over. Now, Universal is the biggest, so it's probably the hardest one to take over. But we're seeing some other, like, billionaire, some guy named Bill Akman, some Jewish guy, he's down to buy it. Now, remember, this is a Jewish guy who's not in music. He wants to buy Spotify. He wants to buy Universal.
Starting point is 00:15:18 Why? music hasn't been that much like booming in profitability like yeah you could play with the numbers not events and just live off catalog but why does he want to buy the biggest music company that's to be understood and established later on but that's the big conversation however universal as a group after realizing that some shake-up is going to happen what they did is that they did the move that anyone who would buy them would do. They sold a stake in Spotify, which to be honest, a lot of people thought was very important. But seemingly is not that important because the $1.4 billion that they're going to get in liquidation
Starting point is 00:16:05 is more important to kind of make things a little bit more stable. Here we go. They're tightening ownership and consolidating power internally. Now, why do you ask? Well, this move comes right after Bill Ackman and Pershing Square Capital Management floated a $64 billion takeover bid. There you go. Okay. You see this post?
Starting point is 00:16:37 Okay. Well, all right, then. News. Universal Music Group is selling 50% of its stake in Spotify, worth roughly $1.4 billion. And it's not random. It's strategy. That money isn't going to new artists. or expansion. It's being funneled.
Starting point is 00:16:58 Okay, okay. I don't know. Is Instagram like lagging or something? Anyway. So the point is that Universal is starting to, this is going to put the music business as shambles, right? First of all, Universal part of their ownership is in Vivendi,
Starting point is 00:17:18 Vendee, I believe, Tencent owns a piece of it. It now, if Bill Ackman buys this, which eventually seems inevitable, hip-hop and not only hip-hop, because, you know, music is much bigger than hip-hop, hip-hop, pop country is going to be owned by a conglomerate that basically, from what we know, has no necessary interest in music. This would be just a money play and maybe a control play.
Starting point is 00:17:47 And that's how interesting this is. And I'm wondering when Spotify is going to jump into the mix because Spotify could also try to buy these companies too. The point is this, Universal is almost admitting at this point that they can't create a lot of revenue outside of their catalogs worth. And basically, if they can't do that, they got to liquidate stuff and, you know, they're thinking about maybe exit strategies for potential investors. Now, that's happening.
Starting point is 00:18:18 Okay. So just to let you know, Universal is selling their stake in Spotify to make themselves more attractive and have more cash on hand, which would boost their evaluation for a potential takeover later. Now, the second thing that I do have to tell you guys, so this is the first thing that's going on with universal. There's something else that's happening. It doesn't have to do with music, but it definitely has to do with social media.
Starting point is 00:18:48 And I don't know if you guys have noticed this. There's two very important things. Content is king, chat. is king everywhere what i've noticed is that twitter and instagram have now they're rejected so social media people used to think about x and instagram as the place you post your highlights of what you do elsewhere so you would tweet out your video that you did on youtube you would put a excerpt of what you did on TikTok on Instagram. What's happening now is that there's an aggressive push to all compete with TikTok.
Starting point is 00:19:37 YouTube is doing it. YouTube has already told people they're prioritizing reals shaped video or videos that are kind of like that could be indistinguishable from TikTok. TikTok. Instagram has said it before that they are going to prioritize Reels, Y, to compete with TikTok.
Starting point is 00:20:01 And now we get to find out that both X and Instagram have made official announcements claiming that they want creators to give them original content for the usual things they normally provide.
Starting point is 00:20:17 Let me explain. So X has announced that they're going to cut communities, right? If you don't post on Twitter, I mean, we have a community. You guys could go to, I think it's still there. Is there a community still there, Chad, or is it gone?
Starting point is 00:20:33 Okay. We have a community called the Chatnaker Academy. Okay, and if you go in here, I think we've got about 8,000 people. We have a small community compared to most people. Some people have 40,000, 100,000. But what's happened recently is that, let me see if I can find the guy.
Starting point is 00:20:55 Okay. What's happened recently is that basically Twitter doesn't want to be the place that is sending traffic to other platforms. What they did was that they announced that they're going to cancel and delete all. They're going to cancel and delete all streamer, well, not even all streamer, all all communities. But they would make certain exceptions only if people were down to give them a original content. Now, it's a little bit of an interesting thing because they're kind of like twisting the arms of creators to give them free content to continue to give services they've always given.
Starting point is 00:21:41 So you have a bunch of people I've seen, it wasn't your age, but I've seen a couple of, I think Sneco, you know, Sneako is like, hey, I'm about to sneako. He's like, oh, I'm about to stream on X, right? and I've seen the guy This is this is a guy who runs Twitter now Because Elon stepped down He's basically like kind of gassing everybody up He's like yo you should stream on there
Starting point is 00:22:07 This end third I'll show you some tweets that he's made Like recently announced something else And he's telling people like yo you should stream Look somebody says I'm joining phase And he tweets It's time to stream I hope you can see it
Starting point is 00:22:25 It's time to stream DM for early access to our new streaming dashboard. B-Loo says X gave me my original account back. He tweets, welcome back. It's time to stream. Here's the point. Okay, just to break down business, y'all. X and Instagram are tired of sending traffic to YouTube, kick, and Twitch.
Starting point is 00:22:45 They want to be the platform that creators create on. And they're doing it in, it's kind of a slimy way, but you probably can't knock why they're doing it. And for anybody who is trying to like, if you're on the come up and you, you're trying to stream or you're trying to like break out, I would tell y'all, go fuck with X because I could tell they're trying to throw promotion
Starting point is 00:23:06 at anybody down to fuck with them. Here's the thing where I don't like it for creators, right? They're trying to incentivize creators to literally just stream, right? So just stream and give whatever content you're giving a Twitch. And I see them, you try to say the same thing to like speed. It's like, yo, speed, I think you should stream here. Which I'm like, why to fuck would speed stream on Twitter? I show speed.
Starting point is 00:23:41 Here we go. Because speed had mentioned something, right? Speed has said something about like the community saying, hey, yo, listen, you guys shouldn't cancel communities. And basically the head guy at Twitter was just like, yo, speed, you should just stream over here. and maybe we keep your community. The point is this, and not to kind of like bore you guys, I know it's late.
Starting point is 00:24:11 Twitter wants people to treat them not like a social media anymore, but they want to be in competition with YouTube, kick, and Twitch. That's it. But they're trying to leverage themselves by trying to force creators to give them free content.
Starting point is 00:24:31 You want to keep your community? You got to stream on X. They don't care if it's multi-stream, but they want people not to leave the site. Because what's happened is that on Twitter, they have severely downgraded any time you put a link to another site. But they're realizing Twitter isn't the place people view content. People talk about content, but they don't view the content. That's their problem. So that's why now they're like, no, yo, you know, you guys should all stream.
Starting point is 00:25:02 If you don't stream, we'll take away your community. if you don't stream, we'll do this. But it doesn't only end there. It happened with Instagram as well. The CEO of Instagram, if you don't know, his name Adam Asseri. He came out with this new understanding. And he says, hey, listen, if you aren't posting original content to Instagram, we're going to decrease your reach.
Starting point is 00:25:27 What does that mean? If you're not making content specifically for Instagram, they're going to just make sure nobody sees this shit anymore. Why? Because they're trying to do exactly what Twitter is doing. Twitter wants you to not, well, you can upload to YouTube. They just want you to make content on Twitter. Instagram is saying, don't just post your YouTube content.
Starting point is 00:25:52 Don't just repurpose it. Make content for us specifically. And this is a new shift where people are realizing that, that these social media companies want to compete with the content companies. They want to compete with YouTube, Twitch, kick, and rumble. Okay, listen to what Moseri said about this. Or an aggregator on Instagram, there's a big change coming this week that you should really know about. Now, about two years ago, we announced that we were going to try to shift more reach from aggregators
Starting point is 00:26:26 and people who repost other people's content to the original content creators. And the way this works is we try to take a look at everything you post over a month. And if most of what you posted is content from other accounts, we make it so that your account's content is no longer recommended to people who do not follow you. We don't get between you and your followers though. But until now, we've only looked at the reels you've posted over the last month. So we're trying to give everyone a bit of a heads up here, but over the next month, we're going to start looking at your photos and your carousels as well.
Starting point is 00:26:59 So if most of what you post to Instagram as someone else, content, your account is no longer going to be recommendable. That means that we're no longer going to show your posts to people who don't follow your account proactively. You can figure out if your account is caught up in this by going to account status and then checking for your status. If you think we've made a mistake, you can actually appeal and let us know that we made a mistake. But if you are an aggregator and you want to still maximize your reach, a few things
Starting point is 00:27:24 to consider because we know that aggregators are an important part of the ecosystem. One is remix the content in some way, shape or form. Make it your own. You can do your green screen or your own words on top or your own commentary. Exactly. So they literally are trying to force people to make some type of Instagram specific content. And the reason why is that on TikTok, that's what they do. Right.
Starting point is 00:27:49 So TikTok got belt to ask to everybody. Twitter don't want to, like people are realizing they're losing traffic to TikTok. Because on TikTok, people do story times. People do all these type of things. They create content. On Instagram, people look at pictures. They repost stuff, but they don't create content. Right.
Starting point is 00:28:10 So they're trying to compete with TikTok, but really they're trying to compete with, you know, the overall landscape of content creator sites like Twitch, YouTube, and Kik. Right. The other is if you don't have a way to make a spin on the content to make it your own, You can either repost someone else's content using the repost button, which gives them credit where it's due. Or you can actually do a collab post, again, giving credit back to that original content creator, which we really want to make sure that we are valuing in Instagram and in ranking. Yeah, they're capping about this.
Starting point is 00:28:44 They just want to try to leverage people to make content on Instagram. Because what's happening is that, you see, specifically with Twitter, Twitter has the most click-through rate of any other social media because you know on Instagram you can't post a link. So technically you can't, other than your bio, you can't post a link in a comment that people could click on to go to another site. They try to keep you on Instagram.
Starting point is 00:29:14 But on Twitter, people post links on every post. They'll post Washington Post article. They'll post a Boston Globe article. They'll post NBA stat. And you leave Twitter. They've tried to remediate that by making, you could click on a link, but stay in Twitter. But when it comes to like TikTok, when people want to go to TikTok to see what's going on, people are leaving the site completely.
Starting point is 00:29:41 And now they're realizing they're all losing a TikTok. So this is just one more thing we're doing to try and make sure we are going to be the best possible platform for original content creators. There's a lot more to come. See you soon. Anyway, all right. Okay, just keep both of those in mindset. Instagram and Twitter now want you guys to start competing for a creator-esque options. They want you to stay there instead of leaving towards TikTok.
Starting point is 00:30:14 And yes, universal. They are completely reshaping what the label looks like, even liquidating their Spotify options to see if. if they could create a more attractive version of the company, which still means that potential sale is up in the air. What will happen if Universal gets bought? We will see. All right. All right.
Starting point is 00:30:39 What's going on to hip-hop chat? It's most popping news today. Blueface outlines how much he's paying his chick. Is what Blueface is doing trick-in-chat, or is it just like keeping it a beam? I don't know. Blueface put up all the cash app receipts. and apparently he was paying his baby mama like 12,000 or he gave her 12,000 in a month, but she's still acting up and he's down to say, man, fuck all that.
Starting point is 00:31:10 I'm hiring. Actually, you know what I want to get to? I know, it's late chat, so it's 3 o'clock. I apologize. I got to go to, let's go to law on crimes. What I didn't cover was the latest update on, what's going on with the Celeste things. So this is the latest update on what prosecutors claimed David did to Celeste to kill her,
Starting point is 00:31:42 cover the body up, and also like conceal all this shit. Check this shit out, chat. This is sick. Now, this came out in court documents that was dropped recently where prosecutors outlined a very detailed method of death, but also. so concealment, all of the things that by the time you're done hearing it, you're probably going to say this nigga needs to die. Check this out.
Starting point is 00:32:09 After months of upside, okay, it's Tesla at a Hollywood tow yard. Prosecutors have now charged David with first degree murder, continuous sexual allegations, enhancements and partners. Yes, Your Honor. We request a, we request a, employee or hearing within the period? Yes, Your Honor, from the media reports, uh, parent. there have been four months of secret grand jury proceedings. We believe that Mr. Burke is entitled at the earliest opportunity to an open preliminary hearing
Starting point is 00:32:43 and the proceedings not be done in secret. So we are asking. Okay. So they've been having an investigative investigative investigatory grand jury meeting about this guy for like months. They want to know what was said. That's going to take a while. But let's, we got to go to this filing where they describe how. he killed this young girl.
Starting point is 00:33:03 This shit is disgusting. Check this out. According to prosecutors, sent a ride share car to pick her up from her hometown of Lake Elsinor and bring her back to the home that he was apparently renting in the Hollywood Hills, a trip of more than 80 miles. Prosecutors claimed she was exchanging messages. Yo, 80 miles in an Uber is crazy. That's like two hours, right? With David during this ride.
Starting point is 00:33:24 And then she apparently never uses the phone again. Celeste, this member body was found months later on September 8th in a Tesla, Model X allegedly registered to David, and according to this filing, the car had been parked on the street just 400 feet from where David was staying, and then it was towed. The manager at the tow yard reported a horrific smell, flies around the front trunk, and that's when authorities discovered Celeste Body. According to this document, it's called the People's Brief regarding preliminary hearing evidence, quote, surveillance video and other evidence confirmed defendant, meaning David, was the last person to drive the vehicle on July 29, 2025, before he left Los Angeles on a concert tour.
Starting point is 00:34:05 So that's about what, a month or so before the car was towed and the body was found. It's not clear if anyone else actually moved the car or had any knowledge of what was reportedly inside. I want you to keep that in mind. We're going to talk about it later. There's something in the filing that I thought was really interesting. But it goes on to say, quote, at the tow yard, LAPD detectives, opened the Tesla's front storage compartment and observed a black cadaver bag covered in insects. Inside the bag, they discovered a severely decomposed head and torso. A plastic garbage bag
Starting point is 00:34:34 beneath the black cadaver bag contained the dismembered arms and legs. However, the victim's ring and pinky fingers on her left hand had been amputated and were not found in the Tesla. On September 16, 2025, the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's Department positively identified the body from dental records as belonging to the victim. But this is the part that's new. Okay? The filing claims that LAPD robbery homicide detectives determined that Celeste and David met in January of 2022 when she was just 11 years old.
Starting point is 00:35:07 All right, now we gotta get a needle for this nigga, man. 11? Nah. That he allegedly began a sexual relationship with Celeste when she was 13. All right, needle. You got to get him the needle, child. I'm sorry.
Starting point is 00:35:22 This is wild. This is wild. This is wild. David was 18 and the court paperwork revealed that investigators have been looking into David for quite some time. The filing says detectives learned the victim had been reported missing to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department by her family who live in Lake Elsinore in February in April 24. RCSD telephonically contacted defendant on February 17, 2024 after they identified a phone number in the victim's phone records that belonged to him. During the call, defendant claimed he had spoken to the victim last on, February 13th or 14th, 2024, but stated he was unaware she was a minor or that she had been
Starting point is 00:36:11 reported missing. RCSD advised him that Los Angeles Sheriff's Department deputies would be coming to his home. On that day, defendant was living at 804 North Tahini Place in West Hollywood. RCSD requested that LASD conduct a welfare check at defendant's home. LASD deputies went to defendants home that night at 8.15 p.m. and informed him the victim was a 13-year-old runaway. Defendant again claimed he was unaware she was a minor and he had only met the victim once in person in November of 2023. However, defendant showed deputies a yearbook photo of the victim he had on a cell phone, although he claimed to be unaware of where the victim was at the time. She returned home two days later. By the way, you're seeing how in-depth this investigation was.
Starting point is 00:36:54 Okay, so the detectives talked to this guy multiple times when the family, would report her missing. Apparently she would like oftentimes, whether she was mad at her mom or whatever, she would just go missing. And maybe kind of gives us an idea of why it took so long for there to be an arrest and for these charges and for the evidence to develop. But remember, prosecutors claim he killed her to keep her quiet about this supposed relationship, to not have her expose him to ruin his career. Just keep that in mind. So the filing continues, quote, despite being informed by law enforcement, the victim was only 13, defendant continued to pursue her. After the victim returned home in February 2024, her parents took her cell phone away.
Starting point is 00:37:37 Defendant drove to Lake Elsinore and paid a junior high school student in the victim's class $1,000 to give the victim a cell phone defendant purchased so they could stay in contact. Throughout 2024, the victim spent a significant amount of time with defendant, including summer weekends at his home in the Hollywood Hills and traveling with him to Las Vegas, London, and Texas to meet his family. So now I'm thinking travel records, right? I'm thinking how... Whoa, London. How does the thing I get a minor a passport? How in-depth this investigation was? And by the way, this is the first time
Starting point is 00:38:14 we're hearing just how often Celeste was with or allegedly was with this much older man. And it really speaks to how many people were potentially aware that he was maybe in this relationship with a younger girl, right? Members of online forums that David and Celeste were reportedly part of have said
Starting point is 00:38:30 they didn't know Celeste was so young, thinking she was David's age. But if she was traveling with them to different places and meeting these people in a circle, did none of them suspect that something was maybe a misier? I mean, again, assuming these allegations are true. You go back to the filing, quote, text exchanges between the victim and defendant contain references to sex, pregnancy, abortion, and use of the Plan B emergency contraceptive. There are also explicit photographs documenting and corroborating their sexual relationship.
Starting point is 00:39:00 In November 2024, defendant and the victim broke up, although they continued to, communicate. This thing was fucking a 13-year-old trying to get her pregnant. This is crazy. And text messages suggest they also continue to have sexual relations. See, that's the kind of alleged evidence that is incredibly compelling. What separates this from other cases of, let's say, a he said, she said, right? That's the kind of alleged evidence that supports Sniggo was talking to a 13-year-old about plan B's, bro, and pregnancy. That's crazy. The sex charge, but goes to the special circumstances of killing a witness, right? right remember to support the special circumstances allegations which you would get life in prison
Starting point is 00:39:38 without the possibility of parole for the murder charge or the death penalty allegedly killing her because she's a witness to this or allegedly killing her to silence her it's evidence of this purported sexual relationship that's really problematic or potentially really problematic for david and by the way i have to tell you this just came out at the time of this recording so the death certificate for Celeste, and this is per reporting from TMZ, there's a change. It used to say that she was not pregnant. Now it's saying that section is marked you for unknown. So what is the suggesting that it was possible she could have been pregnant? Not entirely clear. Per prosecutors, quote, April 23rd, 2025 is the likely date of the victim's death and when all her cellular activity
Starting point is 00:40:24 ceased. The night prior, April 22nd, 2025, defendant in the victim engaged, in a lengthy argument described in detail in their text messages. The messages reveal the victim's jealousy over defendant's relationships with other women, as defendant led her to believe they had a future together. She became extremely upset and threatened to disclose damaging information about her relationship with defendant to end his career and destroy his life. Defendant's first studio album was due to be released on April 25th, 2025, so two days later. He had an emerging multi-million dollar career already in progress. He also had multiple product endorsements which were highly profitable. I mean, to give you an idea about what was at stake and what the prosecution may use
Starting point is 00:41:07 at trial or a preliminary hearing, I mean, we told you in an episode yesterday that after David was arrested a murder and mutilation charges, the video game Fortnite announced it was going to refund players who made David-related purchases in the game saying in a statement, we hear the concerns. We have a bunch of changes we're rolling out over time. The first one will be available on Tuesday, April 28th, when anyone who purchased one of these items will be able to get an immediate self-service refund. And right now, players who request refunds for David Cosmetics via player support can be refunded. And according to reporting from the Houston Chronicle, David's song locked and loaded became the game's first official theme song in 2025. Now he's being
Starting point is 00:41:49 canceled across the board. You have companies like Universal Music Group working to remove the songs that he apparently did in collaboration with their artists from streaming platforms. And I say all that because, again, think about what was going on in his life. Think about the height of his career at that time. I have to imagine the prosecutors are going to use this to establish the narrative that he couldn't let Celeste expose him, right? Again, these are just allegations. This is the prosecution's narrative, but you see where they're going.
Starting point is 00:42:13 So investigators contend that April 23rd was when Celeste was killed soon after arriving at that house in the Hollywood Hills. quote, at approximately 8.40 p.m. on April 23, 2025, defendant sent an Uber to transport the victim from her Lake Elsinor home to his residence. They communicated before and during her Uber ride, which dropped her off at defendant's Hollywood Hills home around 10.10 p.m. at approximately 10.30 p.m. Defendant sent text messages to the victim inquiring where she was. The people contend this was part of defendant's premeditated plan to cover up the murder as she was already dead by this time. That's true. That is a quick turnaround from when she arrived. to when she was killed, right?
Starting point is 00:42:52 And that goes to that premeditation aspect, lying. So they're basically saying, but if she got there at 10-10, and he killed her in 20 minutes. And then he started the alibi by sending a message to her saying, hey, where are you at? Wow.
Starting point is 00:43:09 Murder. As she was already dead by this time, if that's true, that is a quick turnaround from when she'll... That's why he has a line and wage charge because they're saying that he was waiting for her to get there. Remember, remember it's 80.
Starting point is 00:43:21 mile Uber drive. And when she gets there, she's dead in 20 minutes, according to them. Arrived to when she was killed, right? And that goes to that premeditation aspect, lying in wait. Quote, knowing he had to silence the victim before she ruined his music career as she had threatened, very soon after her arrival at his home, defendant stabbed the victim to death multiple times and stood by while she bled out. At no time did he call law enforcement or 911 or take her to an emergency room to attempt to save her life. Despite knowing she was dead and her family was trying to find her, the evidence will show defendant lied and claimed he didn't know where she was. In fact, defendant drove to Santa Barbara County. This is something we've always talked about before,
Starting point is 00:44:04 drove to Santa Barbara County immediately after the victim died, attempting to dispose of her property and destroy evidence. At approximately 1130 p.m. on April 23rd, 2025, he drove away from his home as he texted and called the victim's phone asking where she was. Again, these were acts calculated and planned to set up his defense within a very short timeline after the victim's vicious murder. Defendant drove his Tesla north on the 101 freeway to San Marcos Pass Road, SR-154, near Lake Kuchuma in Santa Barbara County. He returned home early the following morning on April 24th, 2025, before going to a radio interview for the release of his album that week. He sent two additional text to the victim's phone that day, which obviously went unanswered because she was already dead.
Starting point is 00:44:49 After April 26, 2025, defendant never attempted to contact her again. And if that's true, that would be strange, right? Because if that's the case and he had no idea what happened to her, wouldn't he be desperately trying to get a hold of her? I think that's an argument that would be put forward by prosecutors. And then the filing gets into the incredibly disturbing details of how David allegedly cuts Celeste's body into pieces. Quote, Tellingly, defendants subsequently purchased tools to carry out his plot to dismember or dispose of the victim's body. On April 24th, 2025, defendant ordered a shovel from Home Depot that was delivered to his home from Postmates. On May 1st, 2020.
Starting point is 00:45:28 Niggled have never got caught if he used DoorDash, man. Nigger used Postmates. What the fuck wrong with this thing, man? I see my DoorDash account, man. Come on, man, DoorDash and finish this. Let me stop. But yeah, no, no, shit. The nigga ordered a shovel on Postmates.
Starting point is 00:45:44 At this point, this thing is an idiot. Defendant ordered and subsequently Amazon delivered two chainsaws to his home on May 5th 20 I wonder if that nigga had prime two chainsaws? Yo, that free shipping is a motherfucker. I ain't going to lie to him. 2025 defendant ordered and Amazon subsequently delivered a body bag. Yeah, if you go, yo, let me see if I could order a body bag on Amazon. That's crazy.
Starting point is 00:46:11 They should just flag your shit. If you go on Amazon and you type in body bag, nigga, they should just like oh this is a real body bag on here they should just flag your shit man send that to the feds man yo yo they should have the feds deliver that shit to you man like if you order a body bag
Starting point is 00:46:29 on amazon gang like come the fuck on bro what's your ass what's you trying to get like some free shipping you're trying to get next day delivery man get this thing out of here man this thing really went on amazon and ordered a body bag bro that's insane duty laundry bags and a blue inflatable pool to his home.
Starting point is 00:46:51 He made these purchases under the fake name Victoria Mendez. On May 8, 2025, defendant returned to the same area in Santa Barbara County, leaving his home around 11.30 p.m. He returned to the area again on May 31, 2025. This is an isolated site off SR-154, where the victim's identification was subsequently discovered in January, 26. Additionally, on July 7, 2025, defendant ordered, and subsequently Amazon delivered a burn cage to his home under the same fake name as part of his plan to incinerate evidence.
Starting point is 00:47:24 We've talked about that before with Steve Fisher, the private investigator. Quote, moreover. All right, let's Google what this thing is a burn cage. Oh, this shit right here? That's thing it was going crazy with a burn barrel or something like this. Wow. Defendant took horrifying measures to destroy and discard the victim's body. After placing her body into the blue inflatable pool to prevent her blood from spilling onto his garage floor,
Starting point is 00:47:52 defendant used a chainsaw and perhaps other tools to cut off her limbs. Small blue plastic fragments were found embedded in the victim's remains, which were collected by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's Department. The fragments were analyzed by the LAPD's Forensic Science Division, trace analysis unit, an expert was able to match a physical fit match from the blue fragments to the blue inflated. pool purchased by defendant in May 2025. In order to distance himself from the victim, he amputated her left ring and pinky fingers because her ring finger contained a tattoo of his name.
Starting point is 00:48:28 Her fingers have not been recovered. Defendant then placed her head and torso into the cadaver bag he purchased. He placed her limbs into a garbage bag, which he deposited into his front trunk, laying the cadaver bag on top for several weeks or possibly months defendant left the victim's box. No, chat, this is a sick nigga, man. Yeah, he got to get a meal. Prosecutors are going to claim they have digital evidence, forensic evidence, purchase history to all support this.
Starting point is 00:48:53 I have to imagine this will be challenged by the defense with their own experts. And if there's certain items of evidence, body parts that are missing, they'll try to make room for reasonable doubt. But it's really, you're seeing now how they are building this case and what they've been doing. I mean, Steve Fisher talked about, what was it, like 54 search warrants. Sadie, look, you look guilty here. You look guilty here to me. shoot in this case. And this, by the way, is all important because we always wondered,
Starting point is 00:49:18 did David have help, right? This is a monumental alleged task, allegedly done by a 20-year-old singer by himself. But I will tell you, the filing does make you question if maybe, you know what? Maybe he did allegedly act alone. The filing states that David, quote, lied to friends, business associates, and others about the strong smell of decay in and around the home in the car. When an LEPD served the search warrant at the house after Celeste was identified, they reportedly found all sorts of evidence in the garage to support dismemberment, including biological evidence that tested positive for blood. They say it matched the victim's unique genetic profile, as well as the inflatable pool, which had these multiple, quote, linear cuts. And I want to go through the list of evidence that the state provides, which it says will be able to present at trial to prove David's guilt. Again, allegations, but let me go through this.
Starting point is 00:50:09 And by the way, photos and videos of some of that evidence was released. on X by private investigator Steve Fisher, who's been on this case from the beginning. He was hired by the owner of the Hollywood Hills home that David was apparently renting, who had a lot of questions about just what was going on at this property when Celeste's body was found, and the Tesla was allegedly connected back to the singer. But since then, I've spoken with Steve many times about what he's been able to uncover, and we're going to get to that in just a moment. But back to this evidence list.
Starting point is 00:50:33 First, quote, the description of photographs depicting the victim naked, as well as while she was engaged with defendant in sexual activity when she was 13, As this evidence constitutes child sexual abuse material, the photographs themselves will not be presented, while all possible charges that could be proven were not filed. The CSAM is proof of their ongoing sexual relationship while the victim was 13 and 14 years old. I also do wonder if you're looking at potential federal charges here. Quote, numerous text messages between defendant and the victim evidencing their sexual relationship, pregnancy, abortion, use of plan B, emergency contraception. Messages through March 2025 prove defendant continued to manipulate the victim. as she messaged. All we do is have sex and just hang out. Man, I'd want more than that for myself.
Starting point is 00:51:16 These messages were obtained from defendant's iCloud data. Defendant's cellular activity and communications derived from defendant's iPhone and Tesla, which demonstrate defendant's activities from April 22nd, 2025 to April 24, 2025, including a trip to Santa Barbara County in the middle of the night after the victim arrived at his Hollywood Hills home. Surveillance video of defendant driving his Tesla on July 29, 2025, for the last time before parking, the vehicle and leaving on tour at the end of July. So Steve Fisher shared the surveillance video after the hearing on X reportedly showing the Tesla one of the last times it was driven. It's believed that Celeste dismembered remains were inside that front trunk. And the list of potential
Starting point is 00:51:55 evidence continues, quote, DNA evidence developed from blood stains, collected from defendant's garage, which matched the victim's genetic profile, proof of defendant's Amazon purchases and deliveries to his residence, including two chainsaws, a body bag, an inflatable pool, duty laundry bags, a burn cage after April 24th, 2025. Steve also shared photos of some of these alleged packages. You can see the deliveries are addressed to Victoria Mendez, not clear why David would allegedly use that particular name. Quote, proof of defendant's purchase and delivery from postmates of a shovel from Home Depot to his home on April 24th, 2025. Uber records showing defendant's transaction where he ordered an Uber to pick up the victim from her Lake Elsinore home
Starting point is 00:52:38 and transported to his residence the night of April 23, 2025. Proof of defendant's lucrative career as a singer-songwriter prior to April 23rd, 2025. Defendant had an out of its defense even asked for a simple brief to be sealed. Chad, this thing is cooked, man. This thing is cooked. I thought it was going to be just mostly circumstantial evidence. I'm going to be honest with you, I think this is the only story. So the way it works with circumstantial evidence, right?
Starting point is 00:53:05 So when you can't, you don't have someone dead to rights, you don't have no witnesses to testify. Circumstantial evidence means based on the evidence, this is the only possible outcome of what could have happened. And that's how someone gets convicted of circumstantial evidence because you could formulate a theory based on this is the only way this could have gone down given the facts that we know. I think this is beyond this. This is a nasty case. This guy clearly, you know, even though people will admit that it took a long time to charge him, this guy was fucking up a lot.
Starting point is 00:53:50 You know, he got a cell phone on him. DNA could still be found in his garage. The kiddie pool was still there. I can't see him beating this case, honestly. After running the worst PR campaign in history the last seven months, not coming out with a single statement supporting their client. The defense now thinks the public will form a poor opinion of their client if the public sees any of the discovery. His lawyers seem more like publicists than criminal trial litigators. Hashtag Celeste Revis Hernandez.
Starting point is 00:54:23 Now, I had a chance to speak with Steve as well as certified. This guy's cooked. This guy's cooked. I'm pretty sure he's going to go down in a ball of flame by saying that, hey, I had nothing to do it. it, but I do believe based on circumstantial evidence, there is no other explanation for all the things we're seen so far. So like when it gets to a trial, they're going to have to try to explain, well, why is your cell phone data ringing off in certain places? Why did you go here? How come you hit her up twice after supposedly you killed her, but as soon as, you know,
Starting point is 00:55:00 a day passes, you never hit her up again? How come you're not calling her phone? How come you're not calling her phone. If you actually used to see her when no one else could contact her, how come you're not contacting her phone trying to get a hold of her if you think she's alive? A lot of things to consider here, chat.
Starting point is 00:55:18 A lot of things. Yeah. I think he's cooked. I think he's cooked. All right. All right. The dude ordered everything on Amazon using a fake name and didn't think he was going to get caught. But he ordered it to his address.
Starting point is 00:55:38 There's some stupid-ass shit, chat. Okay. Yeah, he's not the smartest guy. We could definitely say that. By the way, I just want to say congrats to my man, Liljay, the Shirek Wolverine, I call him. The Shirek Savage, Little J, who has been incarcerated for many times over the last couple of years,
Starting point is 00:56:05 he was caught on jail camera flirting with his, you know, his little fine shit in jail. Yes, he got a little fine shit. in jail and it's yes it's another man so uh people have realized that he's living his truth he's now um cuddled up hugged up with his boo and a video has been released of how he's spending time behind bars and you know you got to you can't do nothing but you can't even hate on this brofound love behind the walls what's the problem look at this I was just going to get some dope and I was cool

Starting point is 00:57:01 Lilj's spinning game man He's spitting game Oh nah They're holding hands Oh, he got a one-on-one Fuck a love island This is like Love at Rikers Island
Starting point is 00:57:19 What the fuck is this? Having an ISO with a transformer Is crazy This thing of popping a shit Oh no What? Nah Oh shit
Starting point is 00:57:45 Oh shit Damn she playing with his head Oh shit What the fuck? I ain't gonna lie. This is some gay ass shit right here, man. If I would have knew that Little Jay would have become the biggest
Starting point is 00:58:06 Batiman in jail. Man, I can't believe I'll cover this thing in the Warren Shire. This is disgusting. Anyway, I guess love wins, right? Okay, Chad. Anyway, that went down. Should I even get to some of this, like,
Starting point is 00:58:24 blue face? This blue face stuff is like all over the fucking place, chat. blue face stuff is all over the place now remember shorthy who who said this there was a chick who said that yo listen this didn't know clay thompson before meg the stallion we didn't know stephan digs before cardy b and while these guys have more money than these girls these girls have social and global influence meg the stallion made clay a global start whether he wants to admit or not these men like to use these women for come-ups and for social status because like don't ever get a twisted girls social currency is still a currency if you are well known in your circle and you are well respected a guy can use that for social come up because being

Y'all went to the UK. I don't know what type of shit they got going on in the UK. Shorty said that Meg this stallion, the whole ass is the reason why we know Clay Thompson.
Starting point is 00:59:47 This chick is burnt out, bro. Burned out. These are the type of chicks you want to avoid in life chat. These are the bitches that watch baddies all day. You know what I mean? All they do is fight. Like, you know, these are the worst type of girl. You know, if you think, yo,
Starting point is 01:00:00 she's not only going to say this dumb shit, she won't double down. She said Nini Leaks. Like, y'all got to hear this other shit, she said, bro. Like, this chick is, I think she's doing for a clipmate, though. There's no. Either that or she's genuinely stupid. Like, listen.
Starting point is 01:00:12 If you think you're coming here for an apology or you think you're coming here for me to retract my statements, you can retract yourself back to your dirty hole that he was in before you came out, start to kiss. I, ha ha, ha, ha. I'm standing 10 toes. Basically saying she's standing 10 toes down on her fuckery. Uh, I. I got to be honest with y'all. We got to blame the Shade Room, the Shadeboro, all of y'all.
Starting point is 01:00:43 For whatever reason, y'all have made some delusional women think that the real star of all situations is the woman. Like, for example, right now with the whole Boston Ritchie and, like, you know, I see, you know, I know what's that woman to cover,
Starting point is 01:01:01 but they acting like she's a star. Like it ain't him. Yo, shade room is like opposite day. I remember watching, like, you know, Shade Room comment on shit, and it's a reason why you get a nigga like Moneyback yo who's going to get with Ari. Because the chicks on there act like the real star
Starting point is 01:01:22 is the chick. Not the rapper, not the person with some, like, you know, not saying you need to have some talent, but this person has been known, they have a career. They act like you're the worst. Is this thing not working? Am I lying, Jay?
Starting point is 01:01:47 Apology. Or you think you're coming here for me to retract my statements. You can retract yourself back to your dirty hole that he was in before you came out, start talking shit. I'm standing 10 toes down. I said what the f I said, bro. Nini Leaks is more famous than some of your top 10 NBA players currently. Because reality TV and music expands to certain realms that unfortunately, for you guys that are
Starting point is 01:02:16 in my comments. It doesn't transcend quite the same. People need to understand that outside of America, we don't even know the names of the teams here. Anyways, I... Yeah, somebody gotta tell her, bro.
Starting point is 01:02:31 Nobody give a fuck about y'all outside of America. I've got to keep it up being. Like, yo, yo, when we count sales, we don't count what's popping in the UK, Ireland, Switzerland. We care about what's going on the United States of America, my nigga.
Starting point is 01:02:44 Okay, I don't know what you're talking about. If y'all over there consuming Nini Leaks content, good for y'all niggas. We don't give a fuck about no Nini Leaks over here. This is a goddamn four-time NBA champion. Again, I think this is really a men versus women's shit because I think women care about, like, the girl in the relationship because they could identify
Starting point is 01:03:07 rather than the guy with a talent who probably doesn't give them anything to, like, even, like, you know, latch on to. I completely get that, but come on, man, what are we doing, man? Like, what are we doing? Like, look at this chick, Tomayo. Yo, I'm going to be honest with you. This is a red flag. If you know Nini Leaks, a chick that's really just known for loudmouthed, like,
Starting point is 01:03:28 just uncouth behavior, man. She's like an old cougar still trying to get at it. Just like, you know what I mean? All I know, she's like, she looks like this a platypus. Like, bro, like, come on, brother. If you know her more than an NBA player who's a hard worker, had to show up every day to practice, you know what I mean, become one of the best shooting.
Starting point is 01:03:46 in the world. Tells me I don't need to know about you, man. I decided to do a deep dive because I really don't know anyone that is currently playing in the NBA. See? Yeah, y'all stick to rugby over there, man. Y'all stick to cricket and shit like that. You feel what I'm saying?
Starting point is 01:04:02 I could, I might have had the same opinion as you if I was living in, shit. If I was still living in Jamaica, some shit like that book. Man, the thing about the U.S., we don't give a fuck about what nobody else in the world things. Who gives a fuck with somebody and motherfucking the UK things. And look how we treat the world now. We don't give a fuck about nobody else.
Starting point is 01:04:26 Period. But I don't think this is the whole UK, man. I think this is a female thing. Like, you know, they're trying to make it seem like like when it comes to women issues that the women are more popular for whatever they're doing.
Starting point is 01:04:43 And I get it, by the way. I've always said this. The reason why Shadroom has 20 million followers and my main page got like 5 million followers, they're four times bigger than me. Why? Because female drama is more entertaining. Female drama will get more people to click on more shit. And that's the point.
Starting point is 01:05:03 That's the whole aim of the game. So you can't be mad. The NBA player rankings according to the ringer. So number one is shy Gileas Alexander. I've never heard of this man in my life. And if you've heard of them, guys, comment below. Nicola Jokic, I've never heard of him in my life. Victor Wenbanyama, I've never heard of him.
Starting point is 01:05:22 Luke Donsick, never heard of him in my life. Kewahehi, Leonard. Yo, this is why I be telling y'all, man, bishops be dating the nigger bank account, man. Like, they don't know what's, they don't even know how you made the money. Do you feel me? Starting point is 01:06:55 We get it We get it She probably don't even know She probably only know a McDouble She probably don't even know I'm LeBron James So I'm saying act Not all females are into reality TV
Starting point is 01:07:10 Now I say all females are I'm saying it's this type of chick When she said Nini Leaks I already knew what type of time she was on Surely he said Nini Leaks Are you that serious? Anyway, chat, listen, man, I was not coming on here to stream for long, man. I just wanted to give a little preemptive stream for a little bit.
Starting point is 01:07:40 I know y'all want me to cover the Boston Ritchie shit, man. Give me a night to think about how I got it, I got to cover this shit. I'm going to cover it tomorrow. I'm going to cover tomorrow. I got y'all. I got y'all. This Boston Ritchie shit is nasty. It's nasty, chat.

Starting point is 01:08:12 Kendrick real quick Let me see what they told him on Kendrick Lamar Let me talk about Kendrick real quick man So in 2026 April What It's not hip-hop artist
Starting point is 01:08:29 You know AI is fucking up Okay. So Consequence Magazine, okay, has released their top 20 greatest vocalists of all time. And these are the greatest vocalists they've said. I need to see the criteria before I judge any list. So let's go over this real quick, chap. They said this list is a reminder that being a great vocalist doesn't mean range in high notes. It means impact, emotion, identity, and influence. Seeing Freddie Mercury at number one makes perfect sense to control the theatrically, theoretically, the power, he absolutely dominated songs.
Starting point is 01:09:04 Right behind him is Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston, vocal exodus. You got legends like Marvin Gay and Ella Fitzgerald, two artists who made, okay. The inclusion of Beyonce feels like a bridge between eras, then you have moments that make you pause, like Mariah Carey sitting alongside Ray Charles or Kendrick Lamar closing on the list.
Starting point is 01:09:23 All right, let me look at this motherfucking list right here, champ. Freddie Mercury. Aretha Franklin Whitney Houston Marvin Gaye Robert Plant Beyonce Elefis Gerald Mike Patton
Starting point is 01:09:37 Michael Jackson Fuck is HR What Rob Orbison Nina Simone Rob Hallford Ray Charles Mariah Carey
Starting point is 01:09:49 Hank Williams James Brown Adele Chris Cornell Kendrick Lamar I'm sick of these fucking lists bro I'm sick of them
Starting point is 01:10:01 bro. I'm just be honest. I'm sick of it, bro. Yo, you know I'm sick of a list? Because every list these days, you have to put a troll on the list. You got to put something to evoke that conversation for the list to be relevant. So normally you get like a decent list or a normal list and you throw in the monkey wrench
Starting point is 01:10:23 that everybody could argue about that one thing. Brough, how the fuck we go from James Brown and Kendrick Lamar, bro? How the hell we go from Adele? at 18 and Kendrick Lamar in 20, bro. Like, stop the fuckery, bro. We got to stop the fuckery. Yo, y'all got to stop sucking off Kendrick Lamar.
Starting point is 01:10:41 Like, this shit don't even make no sense. It's like any list they name, they're going to put the nigga on. You're the top 10 WNBA players ever. Kendrick Lamar. Like, they're going to put this thing of anything. Top gospel singers. Kendrick Lamar. Top five, like, you know, Evangelist, like,
Starting point is 01:10:59 Kendrick, like, cut it out. I get it, you know, people like what he represents, but Jesus Christ, didn't we already give the nigger like 15 Grammys? We acted like him dropping not like us was the greatest thing since sliced bread. Can we give it a break with over-awarding this nigga for every single thing he does? He opens his mouth, he gets a Grammy, he fucking just exists and breathe his air, he's on every fucking list, the greatest vocalist. what are we talking about? It's like, we're getting list fatigue with Kendrick
Starting point is 01:11:36 and I'm not hate on him because I do think he belongs on a certain list. A greatest MC list he definitely belongs on. He's probably at the top of that bitch. I'm not even tripping on it. But yo, we got to, at some point, it's like the dick rotting got to stop. Like, even with the criteria I read
Starting point is 01:11:51 is like, how the fuck does Kendrick fill into this? For what? Greatest lyricist? Like sometimes this thing can be sound like, come on bro Are we serious But I get it You know
Starting point is 01:12:04 We want to show some credit to KDOT and this and third It's just that I wonder if he has the mindset To say yo Y y'all making me Not seem like a serious candidate Because y'all keep trying to give me
Starting point is 01:12:18 Every award Yo get a nigga Pulitzer Prize Give him a humanitarian award Give him like an award for every fucking thing It's kind of disgusting at this point I don't want to see no list where I'm talking about Michael Jackson, James Brown, Adele, Mariah Carey, Ray Charles, Whitney Houston, and then I hear fucking Kendrick Lamar. Are you fucking dumb? But anyway, me saying that's not going to change them.
Starting point is 01:12:52 Why is not going to change anything? Because Kendrick Lamar is a media darling. People love him. And, you know, I'm never going to say he's completely garbage. But, you know, some people feel like because he, quote, quote, stand. for something he deserves all the accolades. You know, it's one of those things would be like, yo,
Starting point is 01:13:07 now he's always standing for the right stuff so he should get awarded. So I don't know, man. I don't know. Okay? YB's brother, I did see that. Respond to Wayno. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:13:23 I don't say, so much. Someone said, can he not be that talented? Bro, we know what Kendrick Lamar is talented for. Yo, Kendrick Lamar is a good rapper. He's a good MC. When they try to make it like he's, this fucking beyond genius and vocalist and best voices like you're like come the fuck stop the dick ride please please just stop it right anyway chat i ain't going to a lot of you i really only got on
Starting point is 01:13:49 to uh uh do like one topic so i'm really getting the fuck off here i'm gonna catch out tomorrow not going to lie it's three o'clock so i know y'all be mad at me but uh you know i want to just cut the stream on some like disrespectful shit but I will be back on tomorrow and I'll address the Boston Richie thing I've been watching it
Starting point is 01:14:11 it's nasty and there's like two more topics that I didn't want to address tonight well not like I didn't want to address tonight it's just that
Starting point is 01:14:26 I want to make sure I come correct with addressing them okay none of it got to do like don't like respond to Wayno
Starting point is 01:14:32 like what the fuck the way don't say let me see bro I'm done with like responding to like media personalities like it's over like right there
Starting point is 01:14:41 oh I want to watch the I gotta watch the Dame Dash interview with y'all tomorrow but chat I ain't gonna lie to you I'm a little bit lit and it's 3 o'clock I'm getting off here I'm sorry I'm sorry
