Dr. Mario Alonso Puig - El Mindfulness en tu vida

Episode Date: May 28, 2024

Starting point is 00:00:04 The major part of the mind, we use to make a ruido, to angustiars for the past and preoccuparn us for the future. And at the final,
Starting point is 00:00:14 we have to be in the present where is where really all I'm just being going to be doing and if
Starting point is 00:00:24 I'm angstied or or I'm frustrated, I'm doing that's the mindfulness what makes
Starting point is 00:00:32 is stabilizing the attention. This is a podcast for all those people that want to think in great, feel in great, and living in great.
Starting point is 00:00:47 I'm the doctor Mario Donso Puts. I'm invite to to live with me this adventure of discovery and the development.
Starting point is 00:00:55 Solo, maybe I get before, but we'll get we're much more and very much more less.
Starting point is 00:01:01 This is a, this is a question of a tremendous calado and I'm going to try to
Starting point is 00:01:11 very precise because it's is a more and all the modes me generate inquietude. Let's see. The mind
Starting point is 00:01:23 human for a condition that is called dualism that we're going to enter here,
Starting point is 00:01:34 what's called the mind dualist is a mind generator constantly
Starting point is 00:01:39 of the when I worked of a in the United in front of my hospital, was the hospital Dicones. And there was, in reality, the first at the level
Starting point is 00:01:51 that he did studies of these methodologies. And I, I, I, I, I was with him, and I studied with him. And this man, me in that moment, a few years, something that I don't understand. Me, he to his endermos, that he went to the surgery cardiac, he was to not to be to restrable for the pensions. And I, in my
Starting point is 00:02:16 level of conscience of then, I said, oh, but if the pensions are the pera, that would be the human if not thinker. And, always me called because he said, the Disturbing Train of Thoughts, the train of thoughts, the train of perturbators. And me said, that when his infirmes, and, after the surgery cardiac,
Starting point is 00:02:34 they had less complications and less arrhythmias, even being intubed and, and so, and conscientious. And I, in that time, I talked about years, I
Starting point is 00:02:43 don't know that I'm going to be with that I'm doing that I've studied more the mind of the mind, for us,
Starting point is 00:02:49 all these things, me know that the major part of the mind we use to make
Starting point is 00:02:55 to make a to get a question, for the past and preoccuparned for the future. And at
Starting point is 00:03:00 final, we're to be in the present, that is where is where
Starting point is 00:03:03 really all. And, And, of course, if I'm despisted, it's so passing things that I can't see. And if, on I'mgustied or I'm frustrated,
Starting point is 00:03:13 I'm doing a danger biological. So, the mindfulness is a part of the meditation, what's called Shama'amara, that what does is stabilize the attention. How stabilizes the attention? I don't
Starting point is 00:03:27 know I can't see nothing new, if no I'm not to a form new. The Shamaata, the mindfulness, which is the form Anglo-Sahona, to call it, the mindfulness what
Starting point is 00:03:36 does is help to fix the attention fundamentally in the respiration and in the body.
Starting point is 00:03:45 When you mantienes the attention there, the pensions are the energy.
Starting point is 00:03:55 And, they're, they're they're they're trying, but you do you
Starting point is 00:04:00 have to do you know, this is, this is this is very,
Starting point is 00:04:03 from the last 2,500 years. Why now it's that's having a lot of impact? Because three scientists, one of my mentors, Herbert Benson,
Starting point is 00:04:14 Cardione of the University of Harvard, Professor John Kabat-Sin, formed in the MIT and Professor Richard Davidson, they're dedicated to what the person that's entraning
Starting point is 00:04:25 their attention. And they're in the health, that there's reduction in the reactivity emotional, and that there is a potentiation of the creativity and of the capacity to see the things with clarity.
Starting point is 00:04:39 Obviously, if you back the irritability of a person, betters their health, betters your creativity, and you're a person with that it's more easy to connectar, this in an entorn, empresarial, is not. It's not because
Starting point is 00:04:56 the deficiency of the infirmat, of the basis of of the bachas laboral, the levels of depression, back in the levels of
Starting point is 00:05:05 anxiety, the system immune, and it's a relation interpersonal. Until that the
Starting point is 00:05:12 science not to study this, the society was a thing that
Starting point is 00:05:17 something to be a philosophia, so enclated in the Buddhism
Starting point is 00:05:21 and in the Taoism that it would that they were
Starting point is 00:05:23 when these three scientists said, we're, we're what
Starting point is 00:05:28 what type of connotation spiritual, but only only a level of study scientific, see what what happens? They've
Starting point is 00:05:37 seen things sorprendent changes in the structure of the cerebrough, potenciation of the capacity of
Starting point is 00:05:45 the system immune to attack tumors. And, when the science, that is for us
Starting point is 00:05:50 what does credibility to the things, has said, I say,
Starting point is 00:05:54 forgetens the dimension more transcendental, the that that
Starting point is 00:05:59 that but that they know that this function so, we'll just, well, we'll just, we'll just, we're going to, some of the people more traditional, the world of Buddhism, they said that,
Starting point is 00:06:13 well, that this was as instrumentalizing but in the fond, all what I do to the human to be really, really to have more,
Starting point is 00:06:24 not to be more, not to be more, but I think to be better, Well, logically, there are persons that not get in the health physical, in the the better of the creativity, in the better of the productivity,
Starting point is 00:06:39 but, also, they want to advance more, want to know what they're doing. So that's what's what they're doing. That's what's what's the bypassing. It's a pass-a-downed, where you get into and you get into and you get to understand, with more clarity, the dynamic of the mind.
Starting point is 00:06:56 Today, the mindfulness, for example, is something is a little Silicon Valley. Why? Because it's fashion. All has a component of fashion, but fundamentally because in Silicon Valley it has a fact interact with groups very diverse, because we have to be tremendously creative,
Starting point is 00:07:14 because have to adapt to levels of change tremendous, so it's a very established. In hospitals, in hospitals like I that I've been in the US, in universities very reconnoisseas in the world, and you're in the students in the middle, for that's not something that's a certain, to say, yeah not is something that can't have for us a perception esoteric
Starting point is 00:07:37 and that has made that made sure that is with great force in the enterprises. And I think that's very important that enter in the society. Who want to profundize more in the part transcendental of the person, Adelante. Who can't get there, and, while he'll help it, fantastic. Oh, johla, this podcast
Starting point is 00:07:58 you have liked and could convert into an inspiration at the hour to display and make flourcear your real potential.
