Starting point is 00:00:22 Free of charge. BetMGM operates pursuant to an operating agreement with Eye Gaming Ontario. CIA taught me that most men are too weak to survive on their own. Without backup, without gear, without orders, they're going to panic. 99% of people fall into this group. The question is, are you one of them or do you have the skills to survive on your own? That's the question we're going to answer today. And I'm going to make sure you get the skills to not be part of those 99% of weak meds.
Starting point is 00:00:56 The first reality you have to understand is that no one is coming to save you. There are so many sayings out there that help reiterate this very simple truth. Nobody cares about you as much as you do. Nobody cares about your life. Nobody cares about your wealth. Nobody cares about your fitness. Nobody cares about your career. Nobody cares about you as much as you do.
Starting point is 00:01:19 And if you can understand that, you will already be ahead of 99% of people, people who think that there's some sort of commitment, some sort of obligation from their school, from their boss, from their company, from their spouse, that just doesn't exist. If you want to be able to survive, if you want to be able to thrive and dominate in life, you have to understand you must be prepared to do it alone. A spy operation is a team effort, 100%. And when you read about my operations in Shadow Cell, my recently released memoir, you will find that a lot of the operations I had to execute, I executed alone with a team of support behind me.
Starting point is 00:01:57 But it was still up to me to be the one that executed. The actual person on the X, which is our term for the danger zone, the killbox. The actual person on the X at any intersection of life is you. So you have to be able to stand on that X confidently. CIA teaches us that there's a continuum between security and convenience. And because you're always on that continuum, you can slide one way or the other. And the more you slide towards being secure,
Starting point is 00:02:29 the less convenient things are. And the more you slide to being convenient, the less secure things are. We live in a world where most men are far to the convenient side of the scale. They don't know how to pick a restaurant, so they look at the reviews on their phone. That's convenient. They want to be able to track their budget and track their spending.
Starting point is 00:02:49 So they use an app on their phone. That's convenient. They want to be able to have a car that starts while they're sitting in the house and they don't have to go outside in the cold. So they use an electric starter. That's convenient. None of these are actually secure. If you want to be secure, you walk your ass out to the cold car and start the car while you're still behind the wheel. You go to a restaurant that you have cased for yourself.
Starting point is 00:03:12 You have eaten there yourself. You know what the food is like. You know who the people are. That's secure. There's always going to be a competition between security and convenience. in our life and the people who are taking advantage of us understand that. So all of your apps, all of your technology, all of your services are trying to make life more and more convenient.
Starting point is 00:03:32 But that makes it less and less secure, which is a big part of why people think others are out there to help. The idea that someone is going to help you is a convenience. It is not something that keeps you safe. If you depend on help for success, you are not secure. But wait a second, wait a second. Aren't we all supposed to be confident enough to ask for help when we need it? That's not what I'm saying.
Starting point is 00:03:57 Yes, you are supposed to be able to be confident enough and understand when you should ask for help. We are asking whether or not in an emergency or in a situation of panic, are you able to fend for yourself and protect those around you, whether they're your loved ones, your family, or your friends? That's the question we're trying to look into. You already know that you can't survive on your own. You already know that without your conveniences, you would be lost if you didn't have a phone, if you didn't have a phone, if you didn't have a phone, a cell signal, if you didn't have a battery, if you didn't have a car, you would be doomed. If that's the case, I have a couple exercises for you to help strengthen yourself up and move from the 99 to the 1%. First, I want you to spend a single day not asking for any help.
Starting point is 00:04:38 And when I say you're not going to ask for help, you're not going to ask for help from the internet. You're not going to ask for the help from YouTube. You're not going to call your mom or dad and ask for help. You're not going to call your neighbor and ask for help. You're going to try to figure it out yourself. Whatever that thing happens. to be. If you need to fix your own windshield wiper, go ahead and see if you can figure it out yourself. Are you able to open the hood? Are you able to find the right wrench? Are you able to even see how your windshield wiper connects to the windshield wiper motor that drives it up and down? These are very valid, powerful learning experiences for you to struggle through. So go ahead and give yourself permission for
Starting point is 00:05:13 one day, 16 waking hours to just not ask for any help and see how far you can do. yet without people, without internet, without conveniences. The second thing I want you to do is for three days, I want you to take total control of one element of your life. It could be your workout. It could be your finances. It could be your cash flow. It could be keeping your house clean.
Starting point is 00:05:38 You can pick whatever one area you want, but for three days, you take total and complete control of it. Meaning, you don't ask someone for help. You don't remind someone else to do it. If someone else is already taking action, you be. them to the action. So if your wife or your girlfriend already unloads the dishwasher in the morning for the next three days, set your alarm ahead of her alarm so that you can empty the dishwasher before she has a chance to do it. Why am I asking you to do this? Because I want you to see
Starting point is 00:06:07 what happens when the people around you watch you take control. The dynamic totally changes. They go from thinking that they have power to recognizing that you have power. And that's attractive, it's encouraging, it's confidence building, and all of that beneficial emotion will flow into you and you will see the power of not being weak. CIA believes that all people are born with a spy secret superpower. For some people, that means they can win deals for others. They can spot liars. Some can even seduce lovers. I built a free three-minute test to help reveal to you exactly what your secret hidden superpower is. All you have, to do is click on the link in the description below. Take the test and start using your spy's
Starting point is 00:06:55 superpower to stay ahead of 99% of people. The last thing I want to challenge you with is this. Find a friend, find a girlfriend, find a spouse, find a parent, and I want you to take them out to dinner. But they don't get to decide where you're going. They don't even get to decide what they eat or what they drank. You can tell them in advance that you're taking them out to eat. You can even tell them in advance that you plan to order for them and try to give them a experience without any of their input. I want you to do this for two reasons. First, I want you to see how good it feels just like an exercise too. When you take someone that you care about, someone that you trust, and you take complete control over their safety, their well-being, and their health. I want you
Starting point is 00:07:38 to see how good it feels to do that right or how hard it is to do it right if you've never done it before. The second reason I want you to do this is because I want you to see whether or not your target person lets you take that much control. Do they argue with you? Do they debate? Do they say that they're not comfortable letting you take control? If so, these are all excellent indicators that you are part of the 99% of weak men who cannot take control and that the people around you actually already see you as somebody who is not in control. So it's a fantastic litmus test to understand will people let you take a command role or will people try to block you from taking charge? Every single time you outsource decisions, outsource power, outsource information.
Starting point is 00:08:25 Every time you outsource responsibility or decision-making or authority to someone or something else, whether it's a person or whether it's the internet, you are actively losing power. You are trading the power you have for convenience. The next thing you need to understand is that gear is actually a crutch. It's not about having the newest, fanciest, shiniest kit available. It's not about your fancy watch in your pocket or your well-concealed handgun. It's not about your shoes. It's not about your waterproof jacket.
Starting point is 00:08:55 It's not about your high fidelity sunglasses. It's not about the fact that you're constantly connected to your phone on all your wearable devices. All of that tech, all of that gear, weighs you down and holds you back. What CIA teaches us is that we have to be maximally resourceful and adaptable. We have to be able to find and source whatever materials we need, the place where we are. If you think about how a field operator works, anywhere you happen to be in the world, you have to be invisible. Well, if you're carrying some sort of specific gear, some sort of custom gear, expensive gear, American gear, brand new gear, if you're carrying anything like that
Starting point is 00:09:36 on your person and it's not available in that indigenous environment, it's going to stick out. You're going to stick out with it. And if there is a threat in the local area, the first thing that threat is going to target is whatever gear it sees as some source of threat against its success. So you need to find some way to succeed, thrive, and survive without the gear. Our culture has become so gear-focused. It's sometimes hard to imagine all the different areas where we rely on kit to get through the day. Think about all the specialty apps you have on your phone. Think about all the things that you wear on your person, whether it's a watch, whether it's sunglasses, whether it's some sort of hidden belt, whether it's some sort of shoes with a fancy lace or a fancy strap.
Starting point is 00:10:20 You have gear all over and all around you. It's in your car. It's in your kitchen. It's under your seat. It's built into your driver's interface, your operating system on your car. Gear has become a crutch that's so complicated and so modern and so sophisticated that men have forgotten how to walk. How to just move from point A to point B without any assistance from outside. You can use landmarks to navigate around your neighborhood. You don't need a mapping app. You can use a standard blade to cut open anything you need to cut. You don't need a fancy tactical switch blade. You can miss a few messages or phone calls without having it go to your smart watch. These are all areas of your life that you might actually find you enjoy more if you can simplify
Starting point is 00:11:06 more because you take away the crutches and as you walk on your own two feet, you get strong. again. So here's the question. Are you part of the 99% relying on crutches right now? Or are you part of the 1% that knows you could live your life crutch-free? Regardless of where you land, here are a few exercises for you to practice. For the next 24 hours, I want you to turn your phone off. No phone at all. Don't even let it turn on. Yes, you're going to miss phone calls. You're going to miss text messages. You're going to miss important announcements. Let them go. Watch how you won't lose any friends. Your girlfriend won't break up with you. Your friend. aren't going to start to hate you and you're going to find that you really experience life a
Starting point is 00:11:47 completely different way for those 24 hours. Take a walk when you want to take a walk. Read a book when you want to read a book. Take a dump when you want to take a dump. And don't let anything interrupt your experiences in that moment. Let the gear go. The second thing I want you to do is learn how you start to build systems to support yourself when the gear goes away. You'll start to actually have a plan for how you walk and where you walk so you can find your way home again. That system is far superior than any tech that you're using as a crutch. If you keep track of what the houses look like and what the street names are, where you turn left and where you turn right, where you cross the road.
Starting point is 00:12:26 If you keep track of that, you're building a system and that system is your system and it's a reliable system. And most importantly, it doesn't include any outside gear to make the system rock solid. you can build systems for everything from memory to diet to fitness to movement and that's exactly what elite operators do they plan and build systems that will withstand the test of time and an absence of gear and resources the last thing i have to challenge you with is i need you to learn to let go of efficiency and optimization when things are optimized when things are efficient they land on the convenience side of the continuum between security and convenience.
Starting point is 00:13:10 So the more efficient and the more optimized things are, the more convenient they are. But that doesn't make them secure. If you want to be able to survive in the hardest situations and also be able to give others the confidence that you could keep them safe in those dangerous situations, you need to learn how to exist on the security side of the spectrum just as much as you already know how to master the convenience side. You don't need a new tool to make you stronger. You need to recognize you are the weapon, the best weapon that you could have in your arsenal. The last question I have for you is probably the hardest and most humbling of all the questions. And it's this, do you seek other people's
Starting point is 00:13:51 approval before you take action? Approval is addictive. Approval has been conditioned into you since you were a child. You had to learn how to ask permission. You had to learn how to ask forgiveness. had to learn how to ask for favors. You had to learn how to ask for opinions and suggestions and recommendations. You have been programmed to not take action until someone else gives you a green light. That's what we all have been programmed to do. But 99% of people are still trapped in that programming and 1% of us have let it go. Which side are you on right now? If you find yourself as part of the 99 addicted to approval, it's time to get sober. I'm going to show you show you how to let that go and start moving into the space of the 1% where we seek no approval
Starting point is 00:14:38 or permission from anybody. One of the best and most relevant examples that I can give you about how approval has no power is actually using myself as the guinea pig. I have gone viral 27 times in the last three years across two primary platforms, YouTube and meta. And if you look at any of those viral moments and if you check out the comments on any of those viral pieces of here's what you will find. The vast majority of the comments are negative. People are not approving of what I'm saying. They're not agreeing with my message. They're not clicking the like button in the fucking post. They don't like me. They don't approve of me. They don't agree. And yet still, all of that activity is sending me viral. I'm not sending myself viral. I'm not saying I'm the smartest guy in the room. I'm saying people hate me. And because they hate me, they disapprove of me, they launch me into the stratosphere. Think about what that means for you. You're seeking approval all the time and it's the pursuit of that approval that keeps you average. If you want to break out of average, you have to be willing to let go of the addiction
Starting point is 00:15:51 that we have to approval, that need that's been programmed into us. You will get incredible results when you stop waiting for applause. When you start realizing that you can survive and and thrive without any backup, without any gear, and without anyone else's permission. So what are the exercises to get you out of the 99% and into the 1% by abandoning this idea of approval? First, there's something you've been waiting to do. Maybe it's write a book. Maybe it's learn a song.
Starting point is 00:16:21 Maybe it's start a job. Maybe it's start a business. Whatever you've been waiting to start until someone else says yes, start it now. Take the first step now. Text message the hiring manager today. Go out and buy the guitar. Today. Do the thing right now that you've been waiting for someone else to approve
Starting point is 00:16:38 and you're going to feel the power and the confidence that comes with taking control of your own future. Maybe that means you're going to the gym as soon as this video ends. Maybe it means you're going to the bank. Maybe it means you're making a pitch. Whatever it is, it's going to benefit you more than sitting around and waiting for someone else. If you're waiting for someone else to give permission before you act, you're not a man, you're a slave. That's what I have for you guys.
Starting point is 00:17:04 Three different areas of your life. Three different questions. Three different types of exercises to move you out of the 99% and into the 1%. To move you out of the world of the week and into the world of the powerful. To take you out of the cycle of waiting and into the cycle of action, to give you the future that you actually want for yourself than nobody else wants for you. The truth is most men will always be weak. It's probabilities, it's convenience, it's predictable. And they will always be weak because they need backup to be brave. They need kit to be confident. They need approval to be
Starting point is 00:17:48 assertive. And that will be their undoing. Don't let yourself be part of that group. Join the 1% be better, be smarter, be stronger, because you learned a little bit here today. I'll see you on the other side.
