And today I want to share a new spy secret with you. In 2025, a record-breaking 180,000 American citizens left the United States to try to build their American dream somewhere else. In 2008, in the middle of the Great Recession, a Gallup poll showed that only one out of every 10 Americans would even consider leaving the United States.

In 2025, that same poll showed that one in five Americans was willing to leave. Some media commentators have dubbed this migration, The Donald Dash. But in reality, this migration has been many years in the making as Americans have come to realize that the American dream no longer has to happen only in America. Last year, the US dollar declined by 12% against the European Euro.

And at the same time, U.S. migration into Euro-denominated countries like France, Spain, Germany, Italy, increased at a higher rate than ever. In the last 12 months, 100,000 U.S. college students have chosen to build their education abroad rather than invest in an American education here at home. American college students choosing to pursue an education abroad is not necessarily a new thing, but the speed and the volume is significant. more than doubling since 2011 with 14% of Americans choosing to study in the UK alone. In addition to US college students, you also have the rise of the remote worker, and a new appetite for foreign food, foreign lovers, and foreign lifestyle that have driven and made possible migration for any American living above the poverty line. The US government is struggling under a backlog of American citizens choosing to renounce

their American citizenship. In 2024, these requests jumped by 48%. And it's estimated to have increased even more in 2025, even though American officials don't know the true number because of the backlog they're working from. And relocation agencies helping Americans move abroad are confirming that the people leaving the United States are no longer the stereotypical aging retiree of the early 2000s, but instead they are young professionals, small business owners, skilled tradesmen, and divorcees choosing to build.

a new life overseas. So if you're wondering where you can go to leave the United States overnight and relocate to Europe to start building your American dream, you're asking the right question. The first country I want to flag for you is the country of Albania. Albania is a European country that is not currently accepted in the EU but is on the docket to be accepted into the EU. Because of that, Albania can offer Americans one year of residency visa-free, meaning there is no paperwork required for you to relocate overnight and become a long-term residence in Albania. And even more exciting is that if you choose to take yourself, your wealth, your currency, and your business will all significantly spike in value the minute that that paperwork is signed,

making Albania both an easy location for long-term residency and a highly lucrative location to relocate your family and your business. The second country I want to highlight for you is the United Kingdom, the very same country that 14% of U.S. migrating students are choosing for their educational destination. And the United Kingdom is a fantastic location for Americans because Americans can stay in the United Kingdom for six months visa-free. Again, meaning you need no paperwork to relocate overnight into the United Kingdom and become a long-term resident. In addition to the default six months that you get to stay in the United Kingdom, they also have a wide range of visas that are very easy to attain for longer-term stay. particularly if you're an entrepreneur pursuing a startup if you have a skilled trade or if you have any kind of ancestral ties back to the United Kingdom.

While Albania and the United Kingdom make it very easy for you to relocate almost immediately overseas, there are other countries that make it very easy for you to actually gain a second citizenship in a European country. And that's particularly powerful because a second citizenship in the EU means that you have not only an EU passport but also in American passport, passport, what's known as a dual citizen. And you can choose which passport you want to travel on to give you access to parts of the world that Americans simply can't reach. The two countries in Europe offering the best path for citizenship

are Portugal and Ireland. First of all, Portugal and Ireland only require five years of local residency before you gain your full citizenship. That's 50% less time than you need to gain citizenship in any other European country. In addition to that, both Portugal and Ireland offer expedited pathways to citizenship

if you can prove ancestry through parents, grandparents, or even great-grandparents, back to Ireland or Portugal. Their burden of proof and residency in both countries is made even easier because the proof required for income is extremely low, between $9,000 and $12,000 a year. So whether you're a remote worker, a part-time worker, or even a freelance or seasonal worker, it's very easy to hit that minimum required proof of income to gain that long-term residency and start building towards your citizenship in both of these countries. And if that's you, I've got two countries in Europe that you want to consider immediately. First, if you're a smart man looking for love abroad, you want to look towards Romania. Romania is a fantastic country that has a very low cost of living, almost no attention to wealth overall, and a very traditional gender-based approach to romance. and courtship. It's very easy for a smart, successful man to find love with a beautiful Romanian

woman his age or younger in Romania at any given time. And because the country is so traditionally oriented, it's a perfect segue for the helpless romantic to find their way into the perfect American love story. And if you're not a smart American man looking for love, but instead you're a smart American woman looking for love, I want to steer you towards the country of France. France is the original country of love, and it continues to persist as the world's leading location for women finding love for two very important reasons. First, France completely flips the script on the traditional model of American dating, instead putting women in a position of power over men, letting women drive the approach, letting women drive the pace of intimacy, and reversing traditional stereotypes about age

and wealth, meaning older professional women are much more desirable in France than younger, less professionalized women. And the second reason that France is such a good location for smart American women looking for love abroad is because it completely ignores traditional romantic label, choosing instead to value organic connection over anything else.
