Starting point is 00:01:03 You couldn't stop talking to certain people and continue to engage in that behavior. What? I'm not allowed to have guy friends. How many men are you fucking sex shit to? Well, with him. I don't know what kind of conversation it is because it's on Snapchat so it gets deleted. It's just titpicks, tip picks, tip picks. Wait, but like if it's a shirtless pick, is that not the same thing as a titty pick? No!
Starting point is 00:01:24 He sent you a picture of an Eiffel Tower because you wanted me and him to have an Eiffel Tower with you. Tell the truth. That phone is riddled with men, and it's riddled with cleavage picks to those men, and your photos are riddled with your literal just full blasting holes and Tess. And who knows who that's going to? Because again, unless... It's what? It's only going to him.
Starting point is 00:01:45 Well, there's like 50,000 other men in there, so it's impossible to know. I've had my Snapchat for over 10 years. And they all have tip picks. Yeah, I have no words for you on that one. Dollar Wise is about to launch its biggest update. ever. My team and I have been working day and night and in the next few weeks, Dollar Wise Web goes live. Starting point is 00:02:54 And this is financial audit. Yes, it is. Thanks for coming down. Guys, Phoebe, what do you do? there in Dallas for a living. I currently just quit my job and moved to Houston. Well, that's not a good job, nor is that Dallas. Okay, that's... Yeah. We? I would say you.
Starting point is 00:03:13 Yeah. How, what was your job? I was working at a country club and a brewery. Okay. And what was your position there? Serve? Bartender and serve. Okay, so you were just making that tip money.
Starting point is 00:03:26 Good. Well, you better make some money then. Hope you move to Houston for a job. But let's get what you do. do for a living for us, Jake? What do you do? I'm an electrician. Okay, that can make some money. We elect the trades. The trades are good. What do you make? 45 an hour. Okay, how many hours a week? It's minimum 40. Minimum 40. So what hits your account per paycheck cycle? Minimum. Don't say it. Don't think it. Don't say it. Don't think it. Don't say it.
Starting point is 00:03:50 Don't say it. Don't say it. Don't think it. Well, minimum. But what's average? Give me average, dude. 1350. Okay. 1350 a week? Yes. Okay. So 1350 a week. After taxes. insurance. After taxes and insurance, that is what net is. I will times that by 52 and I'll divide it by 12. We're making an... Okay, well, for her quitting your job, yeah, okay, the 5,850
Starting point is 00:04:13 will make it work, and I know you can make that work in Dallas. Okay, so thank goodness. Why'd you just quit? Going from dual income to single income sucks. We broke up and I moved in with my sister. Why are you...
Starting point is 00:04:29 We're on a break. We're trying to see if you can make it work. Oh, if I can make it work. Oh, am I the fixer? Okay. Well, that's going to lead to a messy situation in this stack, especially when, I mean, you were probably paying for the bills and everything, right? I mean, you had to go move in with your sister. I would pay, like, either the water bill or electric every spot. Exactly, meaning he kept a roof over your head because he was making money and you were making tips. Yeah. Curry, how long have you been in Houston now, girl? How How can I make this work? Maybe I can.
Starting point is 00:05:02 We'll see. A week and a half. This is fresh. You even accepted to come on the show like before? We applied a couple months ago. We applied separately and then. Wait, how long have you guys been separated? Two weeks.
Starting point is 00:05:16 Yeah. So you guys applied to come on the show together? Oh, fuck. Yeah. So this just happened right before you guys came on the show. Yeah. So from the separation, you immediately just like, I'm out. How long are you guys together?
Starting point is 00:05:32 10 months, roughly. Okay, I mean, it's not a massive amount of time. I mean, if I can save it, we'll see. But 10 months isn't huge. Okay, so what happened? I guess that should be my question. Which, by the way, this is a massive stack of paper. All intertwined and figuring this out, and it's going to be a mess.
Starting point is 00:06:00 But how long? Or what happened? We started dating where we met in like September. I met her at her work. It was going in there frequently. Met her there. I'm glad I'm hearing the meat story,
Starting point is 00:06:15 but I'm asking why the f*** it ended. If you want me to see if I can get you guys back together, why did it end? Trust issues and... Oh, here we go. A huge fight on the 4th of July. Well, everyone fights. True.
Starting point is 00:06:29 That's what a couple is. True. If you can't handle a fight that I don't think I'm going to be able to get you guys back together. if you can't handle one single fight. Yeah, but there was the trust issues were more of. Looking at him like a chicken.
Starting point is 00:06:39 Sorry, I don't know. Like, yeah. People go through hardships. You just work it out. Okay, fine. Your perspective. Go ahead. Your perspective, go ahead.
Starting point is 00:06:51 He, perspective of what happened on the 4th of July. Okay, sure. Let's learn what happened on the 4th of July. We got in an argument because I told his sister something I shouldn't have. and then it ended up going way out of hand. What did you tell his sister? Some poor parenting choices she had made in the past. Parenting.
Starting point is 00:07:13 Wait, do we have kids? We have kids. We each have a kid, but separate. Yeah, not together. Are you guys just in and out of relationships? No, my kid's six years old. Yeah. She just got divorced.
Starting point is 00:07:25 I just got divorced in my sons, too. When did you just get divorced? last Thursday was the official date what the fuck are we doing guys last Thursday was the official date but I've been going through my divorce for almost a year okay we got together while she was going
Starting point is 00:07:42 through her divorce oh my f how long we were separated from that guy before you got with him maybe this was just meant as a rebound maybe it was meant as a rebound and like why the fuck would I save that I don't know how long were you away from that guy before you got with him
Starting point is 00:07:55 um it was rocky for the last the year before yeah but when how long long were you apart? Two months. Okay. Oh, it's not very long, but it's fine enough to I guess start dating. Like, that's okay. Okay. Okay. So, okay, how old's your kid? He's two. And you said six? Yeah, he's just turned six. Good. Were you guys all living together? Yes. Yeah. Where's your kid now? He's with his dad. We do 50-50. Where's his dad? In Austin. This is a whole Texas Triangle situation. Where's your kid?
Starting point is 00:08:30 school in Dallas. Yeah, Dallas. Okay, so you have to stay in Dallas. That makes sense. If we're going to make it work, though, you just move to Houston. What would you do? If I can get this magic, magic glue back together, how would we make it work? You just moved to Houston. Maybe long distance for a while. Really? When you guys couldn't even work in person, you couldn't handle one conversation? You think long distance is going to work? I can handle a conversation. It's him that can't handle the conversation. He sheds. I got tired of having the same conversation over and over again and you not changing anything
Starting point is 00:09:05 about it. You just see you next Tuesday. That's the end of the... I'm not dating my family. I'm not dating your family. I'm talking about us in general. I got tired of the fact that you couldn't stop talking to certain people and continue to engage in that behavior.
Starting point is 00:09:21 What? I'm not allowed to have guy friends. Wait, what? I'm not allowed to talk to guys because guys are automatically going to fuck me. Well, that's weird. You know, she would, unless the, you know, they kind of, like, she would have to say, yes. I understand that, but she was being inappropriate with people. Well, what the what are you talking about that?
Starting point is 00:09:41 That's not being friends with guys. I wasn't being inappropriate. He could read the messages. I can't read the text messages because it's on Snapchat and Snapchat deletes everything. He assumes. There was specifically someone in general whose name we won't use, but you know who I'm talking about. Yeah. And I stopped talking them.
Starting point is 00:09:57 They were blocked. Wait, what? Yeah, after what? How many times, though? And then you expected the trust to just be built back again and be perfect? I f***ed up, what, like six months ago almost? It's been about five months since you stopped talking to that person in general,
Starting point is 00:10:10 but then there was other people that came into the picture that the trust still wasn't fixed and you continued to talk to guys and engage in conversation with them instead of focusing on our relationship. My friends from back home that are guys. You took priority over that instead of the fact that I told you it bothered me that you continued to talk to these people on a regular consistent basis instead of it wasn't a hey how you doing quick quick checkup it was continued conversation that lasted for weeks months no it wasn't it was literally maybe a week long because they asked about my divorce and what they did because they wanted advice and you just assumed you sent news to a specific person though how's that advice
Starting point is 00:10:47 we'll call him dave who's date but just say the name well okay yeah that was five months ago I f*** up. And I said, you guys were together for, but you were like five months into a relationship. We were like three months into this relationship at the point. And then you continue the behavior again. I know. And I f***ed up. And since then, I haven't.
Starting point is 00:11:06 Okay. But the trust wasn't fixed, though. So how do you expect me to trust you again when you're continuing to engage that type of conversation with other people? And I don't know what kind of conversation it is because it's on Snapchat so it gets deleted. I'm barely even on Snapchat. I do my little streaks and I get off. You know that.
Starting point is 00:11:20 Okay. But you assume that they're my best friend. but that's not what I know. And if you're trying to fix a trust with somebody, what you should be doing is not being on it at all. If that was a clear boundary he set, whether or not we agree with it, that is a boundary he would set.
Starting point is 00:11:32 Did you set that boundary? I tried to. By telling her I had a boundary, she continued to do it. Okay, what about the girl that you texted out of spite? Oh. Yeah, I texted a girl out of spite to prove my point that it bothered you.
Starting point is 00:11:44 And it's bothersome. I didn't even bring it up until after we broke up. But you admitted that it bothered you still. Yeah. After we broke up, I was going to let it pass. I was just going to, I f***ed up and he can fuck up once. What did he do?
Starting point is 00:11:56 He texted some girl back home. What, though? A happy father's day. Because her kid's dad passed away and so I joked around with her. Sending her a topless pick and my kid was in the photo. We were swimming all day and I took a picture of me and my son in the mirror and said, Happy Father's Day. Wait, we call that topless when a man sends a shirtless picture?
Starting point is 00:12:15 Thank you. We call it topless? For men? Shirtless. That's topless? Sorry. Shirtless. I would say.
Starting point is 00:12:22 I can walk around with my shirt off outside and it not be a big deal. It's different. How are you going to win the trust back? I can't win the trust back for you. If he set up the clear boundary of no Snapchat, why would you just keep going Snapchat? I have some streaks that are over a thousand. That's more important than your boyfriend. They're all girls.
Starting point is 00:12:40 And that's more important than your boyfriend, though, because he's set that boundary. I'm not going to talk about the ones with girls, though. Am I? You're talking about one that I have. You might need to bleep some names out. I deleted. I deleted and I talked to before our relationship even started. Yes, but then you continue to talk to him on Snapchat and Instagram.
Starting point is 00:13:01 It doesn't matter. Why are you talking to somebody that you were potentially going to sleep with before me? There's no need for that kind of behavior. I said congratulations on moving to a duty station because he wants sex from you. He's not worried about what's going on in your actual personal life. Yeah, he asked if we could get a drink and I left him on red. I was like, I'm not engaging in that conversation. But you engaged with that beforehand.
Starting point is 00:13:21 Congratulations. It's like you like the attention from them until it gets to a certain point and you just dance around the line and get potentially blur it. No. Yes, that's what happened with. I fucked up with it. And I know I did. Okay, so how am I supposed to trust that you're not going to fuck up with other guys when you won't stop the conversation with them completely? That's the point.
Starting point is 00:13:42 That's the point. And that's not unfair. Why would you not listen to the boundary that's put? Again, we can disagree with the boundary. But if that's what it was, you were choosing to continue. those conversations of being with him. You just got up with one time. You fucked up with three or four times.
Starting point is 00:13:57 Oh, my. No, two. Tell me. Inform me, please. Okay, we first got together and I met her in September. We started having sex in October. Her and four exchanging nudes in October. I saw them on her phone and I said,
Starting point is 00:14:09 hey, who did you send this to? This isn't to me. And she's like, oh, I sent it to you. I was like, don't lie to me. I don't care right now. We're not dating. But tell me the truth. She wouldn't tell me the truth until 12, 24 hours later,
Starting point is 00:14:19 or whatever it may have been. That was the first time because she lied to me. Even though we weren't dating. But you lied to me. I told you. I told you, if you lied to me about something this small, how am I going to know you're not going to lie to me about something bigger on later?
Starting point is 00:14:30 I told you that. I remember having that conversation. You haven't been able to trust me, is that what you say? And then I looked past it because I was like, whatever it was a simple, stupid young air, I'm just going to let it go. Then you continued the conversation with me, even though you told me that you stopped it
Starting point is 00:14:42 and you left him on red. That was the last conversation we had about him until I found more stuff on your Snapchat from him. He sent me a funny picture. All I did is laugh at it. I never responded. And that's what he assumes. You guys were best friends on Snapchat.
Starting point is 00:14:54 You have to respond in order for that to happen. How did you find the second time? I went through her phone. What was calling you to go through the phone? Just at curiosity? No, he goes through my phone all the time. All the time? No, I've gone through her phone six times maybe.
Starting point is 00:15:11 Is it unfair? Six times once a month. That's what he's saying. And every time I've found something on your phone. I've told you before. I would love to go through your phone and not find anything. You cannot say that because the last time you did, you were like, oh, I was surprised.
Starting point is 00:15:22 didn't see anything. Which time are you referring to? The day we broke up? No, before that. Even before that, even. No, that's not true. I found the messages from s'f-fitting there. Yeah, he was asking about...
Starting point is 00:15:33 How many f***ing men are there? I have a lot of guy friends, but that doesn't mean I'm having sex with them or exchanging any news. You just told me you're only texting your women friend streaks. Yeah, those are streaks. Okay, that's interesting. You had streaks with the guys, though, too.
Starting point is 00:15:45 Why did you specifically tell Devin, who's producing your episode that you don't have any girlfriends? They are not in Texas. None of my friends are in Texas. Oh, we're really pushing the goalposts on that, aren't we? And that's not true. There's girls that you work with that are friends, girls that I've watched her kid before that you talk to.
Starting point is 00:16:02 So my babysitters are my friends? Is not a friend? Not a friend? Do I hang out with them outside of work? You don't choose to. But you can still hang out with them and can form a relationship with them instead of forming relationships with guys who I'm not comfortable with it happening. Have I hung out with them outside of work either?
Starting point is 00:16:19 Or hung out with any other guy beside you? Yeah, how about the time where you stayed at work when you told me you were going to be off at a set time? and you stayed at the bar and talked to me for hours and came home drunk when we had plans to do something else. Yeah, I did fuck up on that one. Yeah, and then talked on the fucking you. And then talked about you.
Starting point is 00:16:35 What? Her and that guy were having a conversation, they worked together at the brewery that I met her at, right? So she obviously had to keep somewhat of a relationship with him because they were co-workers. Yeah, yeah. But she could separate the boundary and, you know, not be inappropriate with them.
Starting point is 00:16:49 But instead, she got off at work early one day and continued to stay there and drink with him and talk about having sex. How'd you know that? Saw messages in her phone about it. No, he did not see, oh, we're gonna have a picture of an Eiffel Tower because you wanted you. You wanted me and him to have an Eiffel Tower with you. Tell the truth.
Starting point is 00:17:07 Don't lie. We always catch the lie. There's no reason to lie. How many men are you talking sex shit to? Well, with him. I can't repair that. I haven't talked to any guys sexually since that. I fpped up on that.
Starting point is 00:17:21 And I apologize. When was that? When she sent nudes? Yeah. Same time. Back in March. So you were sending him nudes after the fact, right? No, I was not sending him nudes, but we did talk about that.
Starting point is 00:17:32 And that was in March. And I, I f***ed up and I apologize. And I've been trying to work on our shit and, like, filled the trust back. How have you built trust? How have you worked on this? Oh, great. Because the only thing I saw that you possibly did, and I don't know for a fact is you blocked. Stop talking to him, but you could have blocked them, unblocked him, continued the conversation,
Starting point is 00:17:56 and just got better at hiding it. Because once trust is. broken, that's kind of what it does to somebody, right? Do you really think that I'm not secretive? Like, I'm going to block him, unblock him, block him? No, I'm not going to. Okay, open your phone.
Starting point is 00:18:10 It's on pictures, sorry. Okay. And the other thing that you didn't do is you didn't cut off the conversation with all the other guys. Even if it was just friendly banter back and forth, you put that over a priority instead of our relationship. You should have been making me feel more secure since the fact that you did break the trust,
Starting point is 00:18:30 you should have made me feel more secure. I have a lot of guy friends, and I've had friends since I was like 16. But listen, he's... Is that who's the person you're wanting to try to grow life with, though? Or are those just people that you, you know, want to like a picture on Instagram every once in a while? Because if that's all it was, I wouldn't be complaining about it. But that's not what it was.
Starting point is 00:18:46 It was sending news, which, I mean, the moment that someone starts sending news to people, I'm then also kind of... I'd be sketched out that they have that many guy friends. I've never sent any other news besides that situation. How would he know, though? Because that's what he caught. That's what he caught. I'd be careful going through my pictures.
Starting point is 00:19:06 right now. I'm not going through your pictures. I'm trying to get you on Wi-Fi. And also, again, isn't that the issue, though, is he was going through the pictures and he found it? Dude, you broke up like a week ago. A week ago. Now what are you doing? Immediately the moment that I'm assuming at this point, he broke up with you. I broke up with her pretty much. Yeah. I asked him what was going on pretty much. She came home from work and accused me at cheating because I'd shut off the last six weeks. I didn't accuse you. I didn't accuse you. Visit BetMDM casino and check out the newest exclusive. BetMGM operates pursuant to an operating agreement with Eye Gaming, Ontario. I asked you over my phone. You said, are you cheating on me? I literally asked you a question. That's accusing if you're asking somebody if they're cheating on you. Why would you come home? Is that accusing if you ask a question? Why would you come home and ask that?
Starting point is 00:20:12 Because he hasn't talked to me in six weeks. Six weeks while you guys lived together? Yeah. He was literally shutting me out. Tell me about it. Wouldn't talk to me. Give me context. Tell me about it.
Starting point is 00:20:21 It's from the Fourth of July thing. He started literally pulling back and not talking to me those whole talk. Because after the Fourth of July, we got that huge argument that involved both of our families and I still shut my family out and continue to focus on. You didn't shut your family out, though. I told them that I was going to continue to. to date you, even though that they didn't think that that was what was best because of what had happened.
Starting point is 00:20:39 Oh, wow. So you're not taking their opinion is shutting them out. Who's? Oh, a friend from high school. Okay. I mean, we're sending this. That was a year ago. Yeah, that's normal.
Starting point is 00:20:55 Okay. This was 10 months ago. I know when you guys got together. 10 months ago, like this is the guy that you're continuing to send things to. The ones that we're sending. Who is? too, because I didn't even know who. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:21:09 There's a whole collection. That is he saying that. Oh, I've never talked to him like that. What the fuck are you talking about? I don't. I never talked to him like that. It's literally an empty screen. I had a picture of my face.
Starting point is 00:21:19 Of your tits. That happened to be in the picture. And it's not full tit like that. What do we think the intent of this picture was? Get some attention. No, it's the boobs. That wasn't a face picture. And that's this one person.
Starting point is 00:21:37 of all you guys are together, dude. Now, let's see who this is? Because who all do we have in here? Let me tell you. Okay, that one's not horrible. But again, so he wasn't talking to you. When did you start the no talking in your mind? Right after the 4th of July, it was pretty rocky from then on out.
Starting point is 00:21:57 Why is it rocky? Please explain. Because I felt like I put in the effort by... That's bullshit. We had a problem at... his family's house. Okay, well, bleep times don't freak out. Tell me.
Starting point is 00:22:11 His sister and him were involved. He slapped her ass, and my sister saw it, and it was weird as fuck. A sister was standing in front of the trash can and was blocking it, and I slapped the side of her butt to get out of my way. Get out of my wife's butt? Yes. Okay. So what happened?
Starting point is 00:22:29 Phoebe did not see it. Oh, her sister saw. I saw sister saw it. Oh. When my sister confirmed. her and her sister about some choices that they had made and some things that they decide to tell my sister. Her sister all of us. Oh, she's high and mighty. She's all high and mighty. And I'm the bad guy. Phoebe's sister all of a sudden decided to tell to, to tell Phoebe about it.
Starting point is 00:22:52 No, she cussed me out, called me every single name of the book, said I'm a bad. If you're at such a problem with it, why didn't she tell you about it? If your sister thought it was so inappropriate, why didn't she tell you about it the second it happened? Because it wasn't that big of a deal. No, we were all drinking. and the context behind it was my sister was standing for the trash can, blocking the trash can and I smacked her on the side of the butt to get out of the way.
Starting point is 00:23:12 I didn't walk up and grab her ass and be inappropriate with her. That's what your sister was trying to paint the picture in the red. Yeah, that is kind of crazy. So when I asked him about it, it literally went from, oh, it was a joke. Oh, the second day asked him about it. Oh, I thought she was you,
Starting point is 00:23:27 which she's foot taller than me, blonde hair, looks nothing like me. So that confused me anymore. Because to me, it happened in the moment and it didn't even matter because it wasn't a big deal and I was drunk when the whole thing was when that whole day basically. And to me, you were taking a part of the fact that the other bigger problem that we were having and you were trying to pin something around so it would take the blame off of you.
Starting point is 00:23:48 No, that was not the case. I was confused. Well, that's how I took it. It's just titpicks, titpits. It's just titpicks. It's all you send to these men. It's just titics. They're not literal titties. I deleted that guy. I stopped talking to him because he was creepy.
Starting point is 00:24:01 Yeah, two months into your guys' relationship. You suck with money. So you download a. budgeting app. You start with the classic one, Wynab, but everyone just deletes it because it's way too complicated to use. So you go to every dollar. That's Dave Ramsey, the personal finance guy, right? Well, they're gonna force you to use it his way. That's not very personal finances. Rocket money, they got a lot of commercials, but they're owned by Rocket Mortgage. Guess what they want to sell you in the end. And there's the new guy on the block, Monarch. Hundreds of

Recently, a jury ordered meta and YouTube to pay millions for the role in designing and promoting addictive platforms. They knew their apps could contribute to anxiety, depression, and body image issues, but did not share those risks while prioritizing profits.

You may be entitled to a potential recovery of over $1,000. Yeah, we were... Two months into your guys' relationship, you're still sending. tip picks? Well, was he creepy? How can you say someone's creepy if you're the one sending borderline news? Because look, he saved every single one like that. Like what? It's Snapchat.
Starting point is 00:25:45 Also, stop sending them then. Are you... Tusha. I get it. I mean, come on. That was a long time. Yes, it was, but you're continuing it at two months into the relationship. When was that taken? That was so long. Guess that picture! That one picture, though, that's what he's trying to say, is you continued sending pictures. It doesn't matter what it was. And all these people, like, you stopped talking to what two weeks ago? Because two weeks ago was the last message. I don't know. Like I-
Starting point is 00:26:13 Two weeks ago! Guy? Yes. No, I stopped talking to him so long ago. Well, that's because I left him on red and I've continued to leave him on red. Maybe. I stopped talking to him so long ago. What?
Starting point is 00:26:30 Oh, nothing. It's just a different app. You have a lot of notifications coming in. Oh, I don't like, I don't know. check my notifications ever. I don't know, man. And then why? Okay.
Starting point is 00:26:40 So you guys just broke up, and I haven't gone through them. But if I do, they're probably crazy. The other thing she never did until after the 4th of July. Oh, here we go. But anything about me on social media. I don't have social media. That's a bullshit because I put... Okay.
Starting point is 00:26:55 You were on my story multiple times. There was a picture of my hand holding a drink while we were at dinner. You can't tell it to me. There was nothing that showed actually me and you together. It looked like you were just on a date with some guy, taking you out to dinner. That's how I felt like you were treating me. Just somebody that helped you get through your divorce and, you know, rebound off of. Which if that's what I wanted to be, I told you in the beginning, that's what it could have been.
Starting point is 00:27:16 We could have just had sex, had fun, then that would have been it. No, I was just being careful. But you told me that you fell in love with me and that you loved me and you cared about me. But all of your actions were showing something completely different. Well, talking to other men? I do love him. But it's... Well, talking to other men, though.
Starting point is 00:27:31 Not sexual. Have we seen those pictures? She's still talking to this man. This photo is not from while you guys were together, but she's still talking to the guy she sent this to. That was a long. Put that out in there. It's just a little booty, no hole.
Starting point is 00:27:48 Okay. You're fine. That's a long. Who's that guy? I mean, it's like tiddy. And you used to be fat. I'm glad you're not anymore. I was pregnant and postpartum.
Starting point is 00:27:56 That was pregnant during that time? No, that was after. Oh, then shut the fuck up. I gained a lot of weight when I was pregnant. Clearly. You're not anymore, so that's why I'm. Thank you. feeling okay calling you a fatty that's okay but the thing is
Starting point is 00:28:09 I know I was fat I was big no you're fat I felt like she was definitely keeping options open yeah sure I mean what was the social media thing what was the big issue that wasn't I don't have social media so I don't engage in you or not how are you supposed to know or not how are you supposed to know if I post you or not because I would see it on when I went through your phone I would look at it she talks to so many men it's crazy and all talk to them though that's no you just send cleavage photos you just Snapchat
Starting point is 00:28:34 you just talking but you can also cleavage photos. I'd rather you talk than do cleavage photos. You can also talk and type something in those pictures too. Those are the ones that they just happen to save. There could be other ones where you guys are actually having conversations on, but because it's Snapchat, it's all deleted. Now, that's the thing. Here's the thing. And this is what's crazy. And we're not going to go through it in detail. If you guys just broke up a week ago, who are you recording these two? Oh my goodness. Those are. Again, we're not collecting them. We're not clicking. We're not clicking. We're not clicking on them, we're watching them on camera, but we know what they are.
Starting point is 00:29:09 Yeah, she sent that to me. Yeah, why? When you guys broke up? Yeah. Check our notes. Huh? Check our notes. We had sex yesterday.
Starting point is 00:29:19 Yeah. What notes? Oh, so what do we do? What notes? What are you talking about? I don't know. Notes. Go do notes.
Starting point is 00:29:25 Note? Yeah, go to notes. He's going to see a lot that he probably doesn't want to see, but. I thought we, we were on a break, meaning that we were on a break, meaning that we were on a break, we are actually broken up. She's not living with me anymore, but we did have sex. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:29:40 Twice. Three times. This is one of the weirdest things I've ever seen in my life. It's notes. Collaboration. Okay. Yeah, you guys have a collaborative folder
Starting point is 00:29:49 of every sexual new... What is this relationship, guys? What is this relationship? It's complicated. I still care about her and I love her, but I broke up with her because I did not want to keep going down the vicious cycle of not seen anything change.
Starting point is 00:30:04 We have great sex, though. So we've had... had sex a few times after. Phenomenal. Well, you guys are broken up. Yes. So what am I repairing? What do you guys want?
Starting point is 00:30:17 I want to be able to trust her again and actually her change and make a permanent change. And not just stop talking to one guy that I caught her talking to, but it can stop the behavior of talking to all of them. So on your phone here, again, did this, who'd this go to? Do any of these go to anyone else? No. Would we know?
Starting point is 00:30:36 No, I don't. Would he know? I wouldn't know. Do you trust that they go to no one? else. There's no one else. But you guys have been broken up for a week and a half. Yeah. I know. I just, I don't like sleeping around and doing that kind of stuff.
Starting point is 00:30:52 Sure, Dan. You started sleeping with me two months after you broke up with your husband and slept with somebody else before that. Yeah. Okay, and I didn't really want that. Okay, okay. Okay, well now, great. I know what you look like naked. That's wonderful. It's pretty nice. I guess it's fine. It's good. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:31:11 It's a little hurtful. I mean, that's crazy. That was him. That was him. He wanted that so badly. Y'all are wild. Okay. And I like wild.
Starting point is 00:31:23 Wild's fun. But the thing is, do you want to get back with her? If we can rebuild trust. Not unless it's something permanently changed. Yeah. Like if things were actually changed and things were actually going to be different,
Starting point is 00:31:33 yeah, I could see a future with her. So you guys have a good sexual relationship, clearly. Yeah. And when things were good with us, like we have fun. together. It's going out and doing stuff together.
Starting point is 00:31:41 We have a blast together. When things were good, they were great. So what can you do to rebuild trust? What do you think you can do? Because honestly, that phone is riddled with men and it's riddled with cleavage picks to those men and your photos are riddled with your literal just
Starting point is 00:31:57 full blasting holes and Ted's. And who knows who that's going to? Because again, unless... But Snapchat is impossible, because as he says, it disappears. And how can he trust that it's only going to him? when literally only a couple months ago, nudes were going to someone else. How can you rebuild that?
Starting point is 00:32:15 Tell me. Delete every single mail on my Snapchat. Good. He put that boundary in and you didn't do it. So he broke up with you. Did he break up with me because of only that, though, because it's just... Well, the big July thing, which was honestly just crazy.
Starting point is 00:32:32 Yeah. But then you were to... Now, why would do... No, it was crazy from everyone send it. It was crazy from your sister's end. It was crazy from... It was like... But why...
Starting point is 00:32:39 Why did you not talk to her for six weeks? Because even if I get you guys back to... I didn't talk to her for those six weeks because of the... I didn't see any behavior changing with the Snapchat and the texting of the other men. And then also there was other red flags that were brought out from the Fourth of July. The fact that she couldn't own up to her responsibility from the Fourth of July. She was trying to pinpoint it on my sister, trying to pinpoint it on me, trying to pinpoint on everybody else instead of owning up for her part of it.
Starting point is 00:33:04 I didn't slap your sister's ass. And I apologize to your mom for getting them involved. and you still didn't think that was enough. Okay. Where, where, where, stand up. Mm-hmm. Have fun with this chat. Get close to him.
Starting point is 00:33:17 Get close to him. Get close to him. Get close to him. Very good. Turn around. What? Turn around. Where did you touch your sister?
Starting point is 00:33:25 Side. That's bullshit. You didn't even see it. Even that's a little weird to me. Why are we touching our sisters then? I mean, I would feel a little weird. And it was like move out of the way kind of thing. It wasn't like, I didn't walk up and grab her ass and shake it.
Starting point is 00:33:35 No, but you slapped it. I like moved her out of the way like this. Yeah, but why is it... For a trash can't. I don't care what it was for. Like, moving her is fine, but why can't it be back, shoulder? Yeah. Anything else?
Starting point is 00:33:48 Why does it have to be cheek? Because I was expecting it to... I was expecting us to get a little here. Maybe it was my hand... That angle was bad. You did full... No, I did not hit full cheek. I hit the side of her right here.
Starting point is 00:34:00 Nah, dude, when you just grabbed, I saw a cheek. Okay, well, I hit the side of her. So I confronted her, asked her if she was okay with her brother slapping her ass. and she was like, oh, yeah, it's cool. It's like a show. It's probably not weird to them, and that's okay. That's weird.
Starting point is 00:34:15 Okay. But why did that trigger? He has all these boundaries, and then I can't have, like, that doesn't seem like it should be a boundary. Well, going forward. Conscience. Going forward, sure. I mean, you could say, yes, it's weird. Let's not do that going forward.
Starting point is 00:34:29 That's fine. Would he not agree to it? Yeah, but he changed his story three times, and that's what it made it so confusing. Because you're arguing with me about something to me that wasn't a big deal because I wasn't being inappropriate with my sister. No, you even said at the end of the conversation, it made you feel gross. Because you continued to try to paint me as somebody
Starting point is 00:34:46 that I wasn't and putting thoughts into my head. So yes, it was making me feel like it did something wrong when I knew that I didn't, though. But anyone else think that's gross? Everyone thinks it's weird. The thing is, if all you have to do is lay down the boundary and just say, hey, I don't want to do that again and that's a little weird to me.
Starting point is 00:35:00 Instead of being like, oh, you're f*** incest freak. I didn't say that. Okay. You might not use the exact words, but that's what you were insinuating. You brought the word up. That's what you were insinuating. It wasn't what I was insinuating.
Starting point is 00:35:14 I just asked if there was anything else. I should know. And that's it. That seems like a very broad question. You've seen it. I've seen it. We've all seen it. The dreaded lack of accountability.
Starting point is 00:35:24 Because the thing is, guys, I immediately have at the top of this document loans to each other from each other. Like, this is going to be such a mass. You guys independent or are you guys together. This is going to be such a mess. Right now we are broken up. I know you are. for a week and a half, yet you're still giving her raw loads last night.
Starting point is 00:35:42 I mean, are you not afraid of pregnancy? Yeah. Yeah, I mean, I don't want to throw that curveball into the mix. No, I mean, I saw those fetters, those photos. I assume there is no condoms involved here. You guys are way out. You guys are way beyond condoms. I like to be a Twinkie.
Starting point is 00:35:59 Oh. You're not ugly, but come on. I mean, just like, that's not what I want to picture at this exact moment. Sorry. Very good. Okay. So that's what happens? Are you on birth control? No. Not right now.
Starting point is 00:36:10 Not right now because my ex got kicked out of the military and... Close your ears if you're a child or something, which you shouldn't be watching the show, you're... But did he come in you last night? Yes. She's on her period, though, so chances are pretty low. Pretty low, not zero. Pretty low. Visit BetMDMDM Casino and check out the newest exclusive.

Um, the last two, three times he pulled out, but before that, pretty frequently. You're lucky she hasn't gotten pregnant. We've had a miss up.
Starting point is 00:37:15 We have. What? We've already gotten pregnant. And she had a miscarriage. Yeah. Jeez, did you want to have a kid? We weren't trying to. We just weren't doing anything to stop it.
Starting point is 00:37:25 Were you going to? Would we have had it? Yeah? I don't know. Were you guys prepared? She said she doesn't know. No, we weren't prepared. Our relationship was shit at that point.
Starting point is 00:37:35 It's been shit. When was it ever good? He had a couple good days. Yeah. So when did you get pregnant? We found out around April. Sick. So literally when she was sending the dude other nudes.
Starting point is 00:37:47 No, that was before. Yeah. But okay. Yeah. Come somewhere else. May I just recommend? Many places to do it. All the hormones from the miscarriage, it was...
Starting point is 00:38:02 Bad times. Yeah. It was a very bad. It was a lot for us to deal with, and we didn't probably really process it and deal with the whole thing. No, no one encourages a miscarriage. That's very hard. But again, what would you have done if it didn't miscarry?
Starting point is 00:38:13 You suggested earlier that you would have ended it. I would have kept it if it wasn't. I don't think it would have saved our relationship. I don't think so. Well, no, a pregnancy doesn't save relationships. How long were you pregnant before, you know, it stopped? Less than two months, I think.
Starting point is 00:38:30 So what are you guys doing those two months? Where was our brains? Because this could happen again. You guys are not in control. We didn't know that she was pregnant until, like, so she was probably pregnant. pregnant total of two months, we found out month, six weeks, and then she had a miscarriage. Okay, so two weeks you guys need?
Starting point is 00:38:44 Three weeks, maybe. Yeah. Cool. What was in our mind those three weeks? Because, again, that could happen again. It was very worrisome. It was a lot all I once. I think I moved in around that time.
Starting point is 00:38:56 Like, I started moving all my stuff. Yeah, it was definitely worrisome. And I think we were still trying to salvage a relationship and work on things. But that just threw a whole other wrench into it. hormones, discussions about the future with it. Yeah. Kind of made me depressed a little bit afterwards. Oh, yes, I bet.
Starting point is 00:39:19 No, I mean, I'm not questioning that. But I am saying that literally last night you guys did it again. It could happen. And you guys continue to every time you guys get together. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. You guys are so far apart.
Starting point is 00:39:32 I mean, those six weeks after the fourth, we, there are sex dropped drastically. And when we did have it, I pulled out. When I tried, you didn't want it. When you wanted it, that's when it happened. It was only out of necessity for him. And every time I would try to do it, he wouldn't, he wouldn't even talk to me. You need two to, can go. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:39:51 If you, but when he wanted to, you wanted to. Well, yeah. So it worked. If I haven't gotten some in a while. Like, yeah, I'm going to want it. So it worked, though. If you want to, he doesn't want to, you don't have to. But if you want to, it's fine.
Starting point is 00:40:02 Because I felt like it was holding our relationship together and that was the only thing keeping it together. Yeah, maybe, okay. Is it the only thing when you weren't talking to me at all? Like I just said, that was the only thing keeping us together was the sex. What is this in front of me? The letter I wrote her when we broke up. When you broke up a week and a half ago?
Starting point is 00:40:19 Okay. Going into the breakup again, the six weeks of silence. So what I understand what caused it now, and it was a big rift, let's be clear. The Fingster thing from everyone's end is just so beyond moronic. But either way, why did you choose six months of silence? if I can get you guys back together somehow and some miracle which I'm not feeling great about right now
Starting point is 00:40:42 other than you guys literally just being sex buddies because I think that might be the extent of y'all's relationship including being parents together in the future but six weeks of silence I wouldn't advocate for that anyway whatsoever that's like the most communication I think it was more six weeks
Starting point is 00:40:53 if I stopped treating her like a princess you weren't talking to me throughout the day you would barely answer my text messages you wouldn't answer the calls you literally I stopped jumping at your beck and call I stopped treating you like a princess I stopped doing everything in
Starting point is 00:41:04 in all of it for you. I stopped making a boyfriend. Yeah. And I treated you that more like a roommate. Yeah, why would you do that though? Because again, that's not a communication style. There was things that I've been asking her to fix for the last nine months and none of it was getting fixed.
Starting point is 00:41:17 I do agree with that. So why would I keep beating a dead horse? No, but you either break up instead of dragging me around and making me feel like shit. And I was trying trying so hard. Yeah, it might not have been the best way to handle it, but I got tired of. But six weeks of it. So what happened at the end of the six weeks? She came home from work and asked her to go through my phone because she thought I was cheating on her.
Starting point is 00:41:38 Okay. You didn't make me feel welcome at home. Like it literally, like all my stuff was too much stuff. Tell me about those six weeks from your perspective. So right before the six weeks, I came, I was in Alaska. Oh, the trip that you didn't want me to go on? The trip that. So you could go back and blow whoever else you did?
Starting point is 00:41:57 No, so my family can meet my son because they've never met him. Yeah. That's weird. he's two years old I had him down here nobody's been able to fly down here and meet him and I have a big family up there
Starting point is 00:42:10 okay go on in Alaska? Yeah oh okay Alaska's big yeah so I went up there we literally spent the whole entire time with my family Why couldn't he go though
Starting point is 00:42:20 your partner? Because he wanted I'm gonna bring my son here meet my son and my new boyfriend and his son like that seems weird honestly I don't know
Starting point is 00:42:28 like I want them to focus on First she invited me and then she didn't No because I thought about it And I was like, I want the focus to be on my son, meet my son first. Well, all we were already having our trust issues. Then you decide to go to Alaska by yourself where there's all these people that you grew up with and are continue to talk to. That I didn't even see.
Starting point is 00:42:44 I saw my old roommate and that's it. And I'm pretty sure he's gay. We've never even done anything like that. That is like off the tables. He was your roommate. I don't know. You didn't have to fuck your roommate if he wasn't gay. Like, no, we never did anything like that.
Starting point is 00:42:59 And we're just friends. It's normal not to. Yeah. They don't have to be gay. scared then I'm gonna fuck any guy that I see. I mean, probably. No, I'm not. I guarantee you, you would, there is, there is not a single dick you wouldn't ride.
Starting point is 00:43:10 You're a ho-h-h-h-h-h-h. Hey, girl, I'm a-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h. I love hoars. I love whores. They have sex. I don't like being a whore. I'm not a whore. Yes, you are.
Starting point is 00:43:21 Oh, I saw that photo. Yes, you are. So mean. Mean? So mean. Huh? So mean. That's not mean at all.
Starting point is 00:43:32 Okay, either way. Okay, so what? Okay, you went to Alaska, so what? Okay, so while I was in Alaska, he sends me this long note that, which was after the fact he texted that girl. Oh, this. No, no. Oh, a different note.
Starting point is 00:43:44 Yeah, a different note saying, oh, I love you. I'm going to be the boyfriend you deserve. I'm sorry that has been so rocky. And then I get home. That lasts for three days. Fourth of July happens. And then doesn't speak to me for six weeks. Yeah, because then after you got home, I went through your phone and saw that you were
Starting point is 00:44:00 continuing to talk to some other dude. Oh. I wasn't though. Why should I hold up to my end of it? What is he talking about that? Yeah, he was asking about divorce advice. That's the one I just brought. No.
Starting point is 00:44:11 That's the divorce advice. No, in S-Fri-Tex, I just looked it up. It was ass intense. How do you know if it's not? Because he has a different name and I deleted him. Oh, I thought, didn't we go through that? I don't know. Well, there's like 50,000 other men in there, so it's impossible to know.
Starting point is 00:44:26 I've had my Snapchat for over 10 years. And they all have tit picks. Yeah, I've not. words for you on that one. When you were, when you had a husband, were you still talking to those people? Yeah. And being inappropriate with them?
Starting point is 00:44:39 No, I never. Really? So if he goes back, if he went back and scrolled back to when you were actually together with your husband, you wouldn't find anything? How long were you with your husband? Five years. Okay.
Starting point is 00:44:49 Yeah. A lot of those were, some of those were one and two years ago. Exactly. So that you were inappropriate. When you had a husband. No, we were, we broke up in July of 20, 24-ish. Okay, so hybrid, I don't know
Starting point is 00:45:05 I don't know Maybe, maybe not I don't know Okay, so you saw her Talking to a guy Yeah Okay And if you read the messages
Starting point is 00:45:12 It was about his divorce He was asking questions What did you do? I couldn't see all of it Because part of it was on Snapchat And why would he trust you From sending nudes on Snapchat Just a few months prior?
Starting point is 00:45:24 That's not unfair Okay, but tell me about those weeks from your perspective I was trying really, really hard Trying to go and do stuff with him Clean the house every single day because he was getting, I thought that was what stressing him out was all the stuff that I had
Starting point is 00:45:38 that I was moving in and I didn't even move all my stuff in was too much. It was constantly he was telling me that you have too much shit, get it like put in storage. Like you don't need all this stuff. Yeah, and I built a shed for you and your cat to help help fix that and it was still just shit all over the place. And it was a simple fact that like you just couldn't clean up after yourself. No, I did. You're an adult. You shouldn't clean up after yourself. I was vacuuming twice a day. And he would still vacuum in front of me because, oh, what, this is not clean enough? So lots of passive aggressiveness around the house. Okay.
Starting point is 00:46:10 And then it came the letter? Yeah, he wouldn't talk to me. So you're not interested in being with any other man? No. Okay. Insert post show trailer here. She's literally right now talking to another man at this exact moment. I thought you said that he had a wife.
Starting point is 00:46:26 You're like, well, what am I supposed to do? I just sent him a picture of my boobs. Yeah, you definitely just made it seem like all he was doing was fixing your car. Why didn't you fix my car then? probably could have fixed your car, but maybe if you weren't being such a hoe, I wouldn't not have to worry about fixing it. Yeah, that's going to blow your guys this fucking mind in about 45 minutes. So you wrote this letter.
Starting point is 00:46:44 Why'd you write this letter? Because I wanted to show her that I still cared about her, but if things couldn't be fixed, I wasn't going to get back together with her. Like, if she couldn't change her behavior. Let her. No, I read it. It's just the whole time he's shitting on me saying, this is where you fucked up. This is where you fucked up.
Starting point is 00:46:58 This is where you f*** up. Shall I read it then? And then we'll get into the finances and see how f***ing this. all is, because this is a finance show. Real name. I'm talking about her. I'll call her. Phoebe.
Starting point is 00:47:14 Phoebe. I'm writing you this letter with really bad handwriting. Yeah, that's four. It's okay. We have the same handwriting. I'm writing you this letter for a few reasons. First off, I want to apologize. That doesn't sound like you shitting on you.
Starting point is 00:47:28 For how I spoke to you the other day. It wasn't necessary. I was upset with how you were going about things. I love you, Phoebe. You're always going to have a place in my heart. This doesn't sound very bad so far. Oh, just wait. Okay, I'm just saying you made it sound like he was shitting on you the whole time.
Starting point is 00:47:46 Oh, just wait. After that, it's just shit, shit, shit, shit. I just couldn't take the way things were any longer. I'm going to tell you the things that I see cause this breakup. It's not to put you down, but to give you some clarity. And this was like he broke up via this letter. No. He argued because I asked
Starting point is 00:48:08 I was like, why are you being so weird? Like, are you cheating on me? Is there someone else? Okay. How many days after it was this letter? Two? Okay. He said, she was still getting some stuff out of my house and I gave her the letter. You just said I think we should break up. Let's go through the letter. Guys, you've known me since the beginning. And the fact is, I just love

I'm not a mistake. You cheated.
Starting point is 00:50:02 You didn't fuck up. You cheated. Let's use the word. You cheated on him. I don't like that. I don't care. It's what you did. What all did you send to him? Be honest now. Nudes. That's it. What? How, how extensive? Maybe a week or two. How extensive were the nudes? Not, not the extent that I said to him. What all did he see? Maybe tits and nests, but not anything else. Doubt. We'll contact. I believe, I believe you when you say you were sorry and wanted to do.
Starting point is 00:50:32 better. Yet your intentions said differently every time I went through your phone and I'd find something that upset me, that upset me would upset you. Huh? It would upset her if she found it in my phone. Oh, okay. I believe you didn't confront me about the messages on my phone because you had to clean yours up first. I'm not sure why I wasn't enough. You had to seek attention from the opposite sex. Interesting writing. Is that the Dallas public schools? Yeah. Okay.
Starting point is 00:51:10 Wasn't the only one. A.k.a. That's a lot of men and I saw a lot of men. That's not unfair. Comment on those? It's not unfair, but I didn't talk to them. Didn't talk to them in a sexual manner. Except all those chats had titty photos in them.
Starting point is 00:51:31 Yeah. Yeah. But I'm just supposed to believe to cut it off. Wait, but like if it's a shirtless pick, is that not the same thing as a Titty pick. My kid was in the picture. What? I wasn't sending it to be sexual.
Starting point is 00:51:43 I can show you the picture. How was a men's shirtless pick the same as a woman showing titty? It was wearing a sports bra. It was literally wearing a sports bra. You, as we all know, have no tits. And you were lifting those things. My kid's in that picture, too. That was an old picture.
Starting point is 00:51:58 That was when I had post-part on the airful milk. No, no, no, no. The ones from as recent as nine months ago that I pulled up. Yeah, nine months ago. Yeah, we're lifted tits. When you guys were to get it. I'll show you. Oh, my.
Starting point is 00:52:11 What are you showing me? The picture that I sent to the girl wishing her happy father's day. Okay, yeah, I've seen your tits about a thousand times. Let's see his. Unfortunately, I also saw him coming, but, you know, the things I see on people's phones on this show are crazy. Okay, do I really need to see a man shirtless photo? Is this really that controversial? It's just, it's not like...
Starting point is 00:52:33 Did you screenshot it or what? I sent it to myself. Okay, you keep looking. I'm going to keep reading. I'm sure you did. Like, it seems like every time one went away and other one showed up. That's fair. That's fair.
Starting point is 00:52:49 It isn't in a sexual manner, though. Like, I can't talk to guys in it not be sexual. Not when your boyfriend's worried about trust issues, no. Not when you've previously sent them titty. If it was friends that you weren't previously sending titty, like, come on. I know some of them you had sex within high school. Devin showed me, told me. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:53:08 Some of them you've previously f***. That was almost 10 years ago. Yeah, you think I want my girl talking to people she's previously f***. We've been friends ever since. Like, it's just like it's not like that. Boys, let me know in the comments because I don't know. Women let me know in the comments. The majority of you that watch us are women.
Starting point is 00:53:24 So this is a fuck tell me across all platforms. The next thing was how you handled the Fourth of July. But you have it. I don't have it on my phone anymore. I deleted it. I bet if you just lifted up the shirt, I would see exactly what the show. Take my shirt off on camera.
Starting point is 00:53:37 And that's it. We would all see it at the beach. We wouldn't all see you lifting your tits for everyone. Bro, I will show you a picture of me when I was pregnant. No, I'm talking about, were you pregnant nine months ago. And it's the fact that you're sending it to guys. Doesn't matter. You were still lifting.
Starting point is 00:53:53 You were lifted, I swear. Fine, pause. If you're sending a photo with your face is this. If you're sending a photo with your face and tits, it's this. You were doing this. It's like this. I'm short. You are so broken.
Starting point is 00:54:05 The next thing was how you hand. handled the 4th of July. It broke me that you'd think I was being incestual with my sister. Yeah, that is crazy. Like, I think what he did was weird. I don't think he literally wants to fuck his sister. I didn't say he wanted to. You were insinuating incest. I wasn't. I said, is there, is there any other thing I should know? Is there anything else I should know? Like, is that just, is that not insinuating? That's how I took it. That's how you took it. I'm just asking what should I know? Oh, you're, okay. I wasn't okay. I wasn't okay.
Starting point is 00:54:37 and you never let it go. You never let it go? No, he asked me and not talk about it. I never brought it up. He brought it up multiple times afterwards. She didn't let it go the whole time we were arguing about it for days on end. Three days.
Starting point is 00:54:50 After we finally stopped talking about it, after we finally stopped talking about it. You brought up multiple times afterwards. It didn't get brought up for those six weeks between when it happened and us breaking up. So I'd say, you know, five of those weeks, she didn't talk about it. No, when you asked me to stop, I stopped.
Starting point is 00:55:06 And isn't it a little weird that the day you guys broke up, she immediately had another man come over that next day to help her move out? I feel like it was. It was my co-worker. We know what you've done with your coworkers. Yeah. Bro. Look at this text message. Just add it all up.
Starting point is 00:55:24 I can't have a guy. He was all up in your space. I don't have a truck. He had a truck. With what you were doing? I told you that the last girl that I had lived with me did something similar and I did not want it to go down the same exact way. My kid's mom, when she split, she'd wiped out all the shit in the house and had a bunch of dudes load everything up. That's the guy who...
Starting point is 00:55:41 That's the guy who... That's the guy who's... How am I supposed to take it? And that's because I need... I lost it. And what was the previous conversation? There is no previous conversation. I've only seen him at work because it's... I'm just saying, listen, I don't think you...
Starting point is 00:55:54 He's a regular. He's not even like... I don't think you and the guy ever did anything. I'm just saying look how it stacks up with everything else to him. I don't have a truck, so I just needed help. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. something, $40. I'm on a finance show to save
Starting point is 00:56:10 my finances and save... Yes, a finance show. Yeah. Never let it go and completely owned up to your part. Even Saturday night, you almost brought it up again. Okay, well, almost isn't that bad. Again, the purpose
Starting point is 00:56:26 of this... Letter, maybe. No, it's a B. I can read it to. Put you down. is to show you how much I cared and loved you even after everything. From the day I met you,
Starting point is 00:56:43 I was nothing but loyal. I did everything for you. I was unbearable around you and let you into my life. What up? I'm Jared. I'm 19. And I never fucking learned how to read. It's the whole. All I wanted was for you to be loyal in return.
Starting point is 00:57:04 Yeah, that's not that crazy. So crazy. I wasn't talking to those guys. Were you guys exclusive or open? Very exclusive. Well, there you go. I want to circle back to the first, to the fast. You didn't confront me about the messages.
Starting point is 00:57:19 It's not hard to put two and two together. You constantly, you constantly taking your iPad where I did the opposite. What? She, like, you know, when you have an iPad, your messages will go to it. Yeah. Okay, well, she would constantly take her. I purposely set my I messages back up on my iPad and would leave it there every day because I had nothing to hide from her. Really? Because you turned the messages off on July 1st and there's no other messages going through.
Starting point is 00:57:45 No, they were off before because my son used to use the iPad so I didn't want him seeing your tits pop up on it whenever something did come through. And then I put it back on there purposely because I started noticing that you constantly took here. So I wanted to show you like, hey, there's nothing for me to hide. Maybe you'll pick up some same habits. I didn't look through his iPad until a week later after he looked through mine. And I found a whole bunch of shit. Like what? The text message to your sister and the...
Starting point is 00:58:09 What did he say to his sister? Talking about a coffee shop that we wanted to... My... My... Also wanted to have... My f***ing... My... My sister had had a similar idea.
Starting point is 00:58:17 They're around the same age. No, we're not. She's... She's a year older than you. You're similar than age. And she has had that same idea for years. I've told you that. We had a conversation about it.
Starting point is 00:58:27 That you and... Gaslight. Honestly. Let me see the text message to her. Because, like, where was I... If you want to see it, I'll be involved in this text message. get through the letter, so. Sorry.
Starting point is 00:58:38 You can continue the letter. Then we can talk about this. You guys suck. Oh, it's not hard to put it to do. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay. Back on it would leave it at home, the iPad.
Starting point is 00:58:51 It was petty of me to message, I can admit that. But I knew you wouldn't like it, and I was trying to prove a point. Back to the fore. Yeah, you guys are passive, and you guys just hit each other back and forth with like emotional gut punch.
Starting point is 00:59:10 I caused problems with my family the day, the only ones that always have my back by choosing to try to make it work with you. Huh? Yeah, did it cause damage to your family to make it work with her? Yeah, my sister are barely talking. Why? Because of her?
Starting point is 00:59:26 She cussed me out. She cussed me out. Why? Because she said that the fact that she could try to insinuate I was being inappropriate with my sister is not somebody you want to date. Yeah, that is kind of crazy. I'm sorry, that is crazy.
Starting point is 00:59:36 I just asked her if it was okay. No, you were trying to take the, everybody's off of you. You think that. All of it was on you at that time and that you were trying to spend something. You and your sister came up with this little plot to spin it around and put it back on me.
Starting point is 00:59:48 So you didn't slap her ass. You think that was a plot? I made you slap her ass? No, it was weird, but come on. You insinuating that like she's damaged or that he's sticking it in? Like, what are we doing? No, I asked her if she's okay with it.
Starting point is 01:00:02 I didn't say that. I just said, why do you even have to ask that, though? Like, let her live her life. Like, what the f- why are you trying to victim victimize her. I was just so confused. Like why? Like because he's weird. It's weird. He changed his story three times to me and like it was a joke. She looked like you. I thought it was you. What? Yeah. He told me I thought it was you. And I was like, why you changed you dude? He just for three days in a row. They literally went out my head the second it happened
Starting point is 01:00:30 and so when she was confronted me. This is weird man. No, it was seriously gaslighting me trying to make it seem like oh I didn't know anything wrong. I was choosing to make it work with you and what you, and you do nothing. One test to my mom, one text maybe. Yeah. My mom was nice, but you couldn't completely. I feel like you're just like rage writing by the end of those. Yeah, I was.
Starting point is 01:00:53 Yeah, he got upset. Yeah, he got to own up to your part with me or with them. I know your life is, was in crazy spot. Okay. But it felt like you put me on the back burner just like you did with the situation. Did you put them on the back burner? Good for you. Did I? Because I literally was cleaning the house every single day. Every time a dish would go in the sink. That's normal shit that adults do. You don't feel it's not like some A plus thing. Oh, good job.
Starting point is 01:01:20 You clean the house. And then you would complain to me about not putting them in the washer, in the dishwasher. You would do that. You would put the dishes in the sink. And then you'd complain that I'm not doing the dishes enough. And you also only work 20 hours a week when I worked 40 plus. And so if you have to do more dishes than I do, it shouldn't be a big deal. I don't take care of the kids in the morning. Instead of constant reassurance, you say what I want to hear. I go back to the same behavior. No, and go back to the same behavior.
Starting point is 01:01:47 For sure, as you're reading this, you're just getting upset and misinterpreting it. Again, those aren't my intentions and not as good with my words or writing. I have major boy brain. Oh, shut the fuck off. Don't be a fucking pubes. You best. You just educate yourself. Take a rating class.
Starting point is 01:02:10 I'm sorry. Yeah, clearly you do, though. I am sorry with how things ended. It's not how I wanted them to go. You arbitrarily leaving. Abraight abruptly. Abruptly leaving and just causing a scene with no communication is the... What do you mean?
Starting point is 01:02:33 I told her that she could stay until the beginning of September because I knew that she didn't just have. to move out and then took the car from me because I was borrowing his car so I wouldn't have a car to move all my stuff out. She closed the scene? No, I moved all my stuff out in two days. Oh, with the guy? Yeah, because he had a truck.
Starting point is 01:02:51 I showed up at the house and slammed the door in the guy's face and said, say the fuck out of my house. Why? Because he was helping me. Because he was helping me. He was helping her move. She could have had a conversation with me about it because the last time that had happened. He wanted a conversation with me after our breakup when you wouldn't even give me at the time of or a conversation the last six weeks of our relationship.
Starting point is 01:03:09 You're right. I wasn't trying to have a conversation about our relationship, but we could have a conversation about the important things about, like, how the breakup's going to go because there's children involved. There was a house involved, a car involved. I got to coordinate the breakup, but like he can't talk to me during the relationship. The last thing that we did discuss is that you were going to stay in the upstairs room until you got back on your feet. So no, that wasn't.
Starting point is 01:03:27 That was your text message saying you have. And you said, sure. Oh, okay. I'll read this text message to you because it's kind of, Dup. Okay, very good. Yeah, tell me. I...
Starting point is 01:03:43 Phoebe, I need you out of the house. No later than September 3rd, realistically. I don't see why you can't be out in a couple days. You still have your old house to go to. I'll need the car back by tomorrow. I expect it to be cleaned out if you're going to continue to stay at the house till the 3rd. There's a few ground rules. We will go over.
Starting point is 01:04:02 No guests other than your son are allowed. you are also responsible for cleaning up after you and your son. That means keeping your area clean and cleaning up common areas after you use them. If anything seems an issue, let me know and we can discuss them. And I said, my house does not, my house does not have water. Got it, though. You want me out ASAP. And then I asked if I could borrow the car till Tuesday and no response.
Starting point is 01:04:29 Could she not buy the car? Yeah, I probably would have let her borrow it longer if she would have talked to me about it. Really? Well, she tried. It's on, like, on text. You didn't respond. Yeah, because then the next thing that happened is she showed up with some guy at the house and was pulling all of her shit out. And I know, you have a bad experience from that in the past. So I, I, I see both sides. It's difficult. Guys, what a f***ing mess. Mm-hmm. When we broke up, he said, great, there's more, sure.
Starting point is 01:04:59 I just want to break up. I just, what was it? Well, in the latter, he was like, I hope if you see each other again and the kids will give each other hugs. I love you, praying for you, blah, blah, blah. Yeah, that was the day after I left his house. Yeah. I got all my shit out. But how are you, you owe him money. Yeah. You don't have a job.
Starting point is 01:05:19 He's also told me that I don't have to owe the money. So it's confusing. Probably depends on the day. But either way, you don't have a job. How would you pay him back? Are you going to have a job? I start a job on Thursday. Okay, good.
Starting point is 01:05:33 And that allows us to get into the finances. I can't, I'm going to do it separately. So I don't know. What do you guys think your individual financial scores are? 0 to 10, 0 being the worst, 10 being the best. 2.7. Is that for me? That was mine.
Starting point is 01:05:46 Oh, I think maybe one, honestly. It's pretty bad. I don't make enough money to pay my own bills. Okay. If you watch your financial score, it is free to get it. It has been much more detailed now. So if you've taken it before, you need to take it again. Take it.
Starting point is 01:06:02 And it's free. Just takes a few minutes. Check that out. Thatalyse.com, Calebero.com, all that good stuff. So, yeah, the loan. So why'd you loan her $3,400? Tell pay for an attorney because she was going through her divorce. Jeez.
Starting point is 01:06:40 Yeah. So how early on did you give her money? Pretty early on. So you immediately shack with the dude and get money from him? Yeah. Come on. It makes me feel guilty. You don't see how it looks?
Starting point is 01:06:51 I hate using other people's money. I hate asking for help. I hate asking for money. Like that's the least lie. Like, that's not me. I hate doing that. Why did you do it instead of your family or something? I didn't ask him.
Starting point is 01:07:02 I asked my family. No, you kind of did that. I offered and then you said no. And then you said no, you were going to ask your family. And then when they said no, then you did ask. So he offered. If you offered, I mean, right? But I'm just saying, tell the whole thing.
Starting point is 01:07:16 Okay. I mean, is there like a- And then you also said that you would pay me back and not one penny has been paid back. Why don't you paid them back at all? You had a job. You also told me multiple times that I don't have to pay it back. I said you didn't have to worry about it right now. Really?
Starting point is 01:07:27 Is that the only, that's always what you said? Yeah? Yes. Really. Well, I was, I'm planning on paying it back at some point, but it just like, I don't have any money like that. I know you don't know, but you did have a money. You did have a job.
Starting point is 01:07:42 Yeah. And you just quit it to move to Houston. You went to Alaska and spent $2,500. I did not spend $2,500. This family is on the brink of civil war. Mobland. The hit original series is now streaming on Paramount Plus. We are the Harrogans.
Starting point is 01:07:57 Don't know than yet? And Google us. From the underworld of Guy Ritchie. Do you want to step up the ladder? I won't call him dead. starring Tom Hardy, Pierce Brosnan, and Helen Mirren. Do I have to do everything myself? You want to want!
Starting point is 01:08:13 I'll give you a mom! Mobland. New season is now streaming on Paramount Plus. When you guys broke up, why'd you immediately abandon and go to Houston instead of trying to make something work there? Because if not, I wouldn't have a car. Why were you in Dallas in the first place?
Starting point is 01:08:28 Because my ex. He was in Dallas? Yeah. Okay. So, yeah. Okay, so it was to get to your sister. Yeah. Because I...
Starting point is 01:08:37 Okay. I mean, that's fair. I understand that. I do understand that. Once you get a job, is there an agreed-upon minimum monthly payment for this? Or what the fuck is our plan with this guys? Because whether or not you guys are together,
Starting point is 01:08:48 this immediately intertwines y'all. He's never said anything like that. What do we think? I would like to be paid back. It's $3,400, yeah. Yeah. How'd you have this money? Where'd you pull it from?
Starting point is 01:09:02 I think I put part of it on a credit card and the rest of paid cash. Okay. Yeah, I mean, It's complicated. It's complicated. Okay, you. Now, instead of paying him back,
Starting point is 01:09:13 what I have here is Clarnah. Yeah, that was a while ago. She could be paying you back. Yeah, but you're making the payment. No, it's not. It was April. I gave you the money in like November or December. Yeah, where were you getting sheen, chine,
Starting point is 01:09:27 Cheen, Cheen, Cheap. Pull up your Clarno right now. Oh, I don't have any more. Okay. That was the only time I've ever used Clarno. I'll take it off. I'll take it off. Okay.
Starting point is 01:09:36 Let me see your Sheen. Oh. Yeah, there we go. It's a lot of window shopping. I don't buy anything. I haven't bought anything in so long. You owe him $3,400. I haven't bought anything in so long.
Starting point is 01:09:47 Oh, let's see. We'll prove it. Yeah. Okay, well, there's over 100 things in your cart, to be clear. Window shopping. Uh-huh. Makes me feel good, just window shopping sometimes. Oh, I don't even know how to use this.
Starting point is 01:10:04 I can go to my purchase list. Yeah, go to your purchase list. I don't even know how to get that. What a f*** crazy app, dude. Yeah, it's a lot to, like, look at. That's why I haven't found anything. Okay, well, you're purchasing on a credit card instead of paying them back, $436.61. You purchased $7.52.90 on this.
Starting point is 01:10:26 You have a minimum fee payment of $15. This is your global credit union visa. Yeah. And there you go. See, something just shipped. She bought a milk. No, no. Look at the date.
Starting point is 01:10:34 Come on. She bought that when we were together. Yeah. I bought that, like, six months ago. Paying him back. And there's a lot of other purchases, of course. But yes, you haven't purchased in a while on there. Mm-hmm. Let me see your Amazon. Oh, yeah. I haven't purchased Amazon in a minute.
Starting point is 01:10:49 I won't let myself buy online anymore right now at least because I can't. Well, I don't need to see your Amazon then. But what you did do is spend $752 on here. Yeah, I like to put a lot on my credit card. There it is, and that's what it is. But I have a limit. Yeah, but here's the thing. Yes, you have a limit. Yeah. But the thing is, this is money you spent on here that you have to pay.
Starting point is 01:11:08 off that should be going to him because you spent $752 that could have gone to him for the $3,000, for the $3,400 that you owe him. And what are we doing? Or Uber and that's not the end of the world. Maybe we were drinking or something. But then Spotify, then getting ice cream, then going to the bar and club, probably flirting with men, sucking their digging in the bathroom, McDonald, Sally Beauty, a brewery shot up. That's while I was in Alaska.
Starting point is 01:11:33 Doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. That is money. That was what to go to him. Any of it. If you're with your family. they could have done it. If you wanted to go on and do fun, they can pay for it. You weren't on vacation. You were introducing your kid.
Starting point is 01:11:44 Yeah. Interest is accruing. You're not paid off every month. Interest is accrued this year. Okay. So shut up with the iPad off every month. Shut up. I haven't paid off every month. Exactly. And it's $15 a month.
Starting point is 01:11:56 I do pay $50 a month at least. I know. But it's not always good. Shut up. Who has apartment collections of $790? Me. and what's going on? I was going to get an apartment
Starting point is 01:12:11 and then I couldn't afford it. Oh, well, what happened? When? That was the pullout of not going into July? No, it was more like May because you moved in before you went to Alaska. You went to Alaska in June. So you tried to get an apartment and you got kicked out
Starting point is 01:12:29 and moved in with him? She got approved for the apartment, but then she wanted to spend more money in Alaska so instead she wouldn't have enough money for the down payment to move in. Like she got approved. Everything was set, but she had to pay a certain amount to move in, I think the $7.90 or whatever it was. And instead, she went to Alaska and spent the money there. Yeah. So she didn't have enough money.
Starting point is 01:12:46 I spent way too much money in Alaska. It was bad. $790. Okay. Solar. Who has solar? Who has solar? For what?
Starting point is 01:12:57 You guys rent? No, I own a house. So my house. That's with our ex. That's my name. Oh, but it's still yours. Yeah, it's still in my name, which we owe $37,000. $1,000 on the solar.
Starting point is 01:13:08 Yeah, $37,000. Yeah. Who's paying? He's supposed to be paying it. Is he paying it? No, he is not. The house is about to be on foreclosure. Well, the whole house?
Starting point is 01:13:19 Not just the solar? The whole fucking house. This is going to destroy your credit. Yeah. Where's the house? I only have. Where's the house? Dallas.
Starting point is 01:13:25 Where's the month? What's the monthly? 27 now? Why don't you try to get a good career and try to take this back over and move in? Because to take it over, it would be $12,000 because he hasn't paid rent. But if you call, say, hey, I'm going to take it over, maybe put it at the end of the mortgage, they might do that. Starting point is 01:14:37 Okay, he's already put the house in forbearance, and now it's in default. So how is that supposed to work? I don't know, but if you don't call, nothing's going to happen. But either way, it's not like you have a job to pay for it anyway. Yeah. So I was saying maybe you get a job and try to make it work,
Starting point is 01:14:49 but you're not willing to do anything. I've applied for a lot of jobs. It's just I don't have a degree in anything, and everybody everywhere wants a degree in something nowadays. I mean, kind of. It's a tighter labor market for new applicants, yes. So you just got to work. I'll give you a course career certification, trades, tech, accounting.
Starting point is 01:15:19 There's a lot of things. People in the audience take their course career certification all the long time and get six-figure jobs constantly in all those fields. Okay? Well, you was making fun of me the other day when I was trying to teach myself like data entry. Are you teaching yourself or taking a certification? I was learning
Starting point is 01:15:38 I was telling you You need to get something The time The AI is going to end up taking in the next two years Potentially But the thing is Probably more likely
Starting point is 01:15:47 If it's at entry But the thing is Get something that goes on your resume Don't just teach yourself something You're struggling with resume right now More than anything You're probably applying
Starting point is 01:15:58 For government assistance Aren't you? Yeah, of course you are Which ones? My son needs insurance That's the one I've been working on the most food stamps and that stuff too
Starting point is 01:16:08 probably whatever works whatever I can get have you applied I did okay that's what I was asking yes applied for all of it okay you that's uh also part of the house it's a water soft I was pregnant and this man signed up for every little knock on the door every single person I knocked on the door did you say stop no I was pregnant in brain fog I was literally like do to do to do dumb. Like literally, so dumb. Okay, I understand
Starting point is 01:16:37 a little bit of brain fog certainly comes to pregnancy. You can't say that all of a sudden and literally you can't consent to anything as a pregnant woman. I'm just saying like I... You were unable to consent to anything in this world as a pregnant woman. That's what I was saying. Consent to the nudes of people. You co-signed. He made me sign this. He did not make you... Come over here and sign this. That's pretty much what he told me. Okay, I'm sorry. Hey, here's the
Starting point is 01:16:57 news. If you're pregnant, you literally cannot consent to anything. According to her, you can't consent. Everything in the world. world is if you're pregnant. I also signed up for a car, being a co-signer on my sister's car. That's still you. Yeah, I was dumb. That's not you being pregnant.
Starting point is 01:17:15 It was dumb, dumb, pregnant brain. You can't give everything to that. Can she give everything to that? Definitely not. No, shut the fuck up. Okay, so $6,553.58 is going to this. I don't, payment, dude, looks like he made a payment recently. That's, yeah, he's 177?
Starting point is 01:17:35 So he's paying that. Yeah. Well, why is he paying this and not his mortgage? A question. Okay. Well, he's obviously stupid. Mm-hmm. That's my son's.
Starting point is 01:17:47 I had to take him to... Your son's what? Medical bill. We had to take him to the ER. Have you called them to get on a payment plan? I was going to talk to them, actually. I got a little message here, and I was checking in the car. Okay, call them get on a payment plan.
Starting point is 01:17:58 You owe $1,530 and $97. Yeah, that's supposed to be split between me and my ex. Oh, we'll see. Okay, here's foreclosure, officially. Yeah. Pretty much in there. Unfortunately, the stamp covers the payments and shit. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:18:17 Yeah. Yeah. Well, shit. Well, I mean, this is gone, right? Yeah. Essentially, it's like not a chance, but... 276,000 to give up a less than 5% rate on 276,000... What's a...
Starting point is 01:18:30 Do? Give me that solo link, if I may, please. Yeah, the regular was... I mean, yes, it's not great for someone to... your zero income, but what were you making? On average. On average, every two weeks, maybe a thousand bucks. But you also only work 20 hours a week.
Starting point is 01:18:51 I kept trying to tell you you needed to work more, so then you could bring home closer to 2,000 every two weeks. There's only so much I can work with my son, having my son at night. Well, how'd you guys do it with both of your kids? My kids is in school now, so he has his parents to help him. I don't have my family near here. Yeah, but she only has her son.
Starting point is 01:19:10 50% of the time. So the other 50% I'm working 13 hours a day, which I was doing for three days, four days in a row. And he's still mad at me that I'm not working enough. Not mad at you for it. I was just trying to tell you you should try to work more so you can get more money. Okay, let's see. I mean, if we were able to save this some way, I mean, I don't know.
Starting point is 01:19:32 It's only worth 266. Oh, it's way out there. Oh, that's why I was going to say it's kind of cheap. Oh, never mind. It's not like you'd get anything for it anyone. You're underwater regardless. Well, it's... Yep.
Starting point is 01:19:42 Yep. Nope, you're done. Hey, you're done. What am I supposed to do with that? Uh, nothing. You're... Um... What's this?
Starting point is 01:19:50 What am I looking at here? That's the car that I signed up with my sister. Okay, so... She pretty much... She's gonna get a re-toed. Oh, it already did. It got totaled out. What the fuck?
Starting point is 01:20:02 They owe that much money left. Oh, okay. Well, then I'm not going to put it down. But what the fuck? This is, what a mess. They owe that much. Okay, here's your checking account. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:20:09 savings is gone down you're pulling money out only 100 in your checking account great also instead of paying him back and we're draining it and savings will you see how much I pay in daycare like 90% of my bitch you're pulling out of savings

Starting point is 01:20:55 I don't. What? Yeah. What'd she say? She said she's trying to blame it that she bought me all that stuff. I'm not saying that I didn't buy you all that. She brought me a few things back. I brought you a whole bunch of stuff back.
Starting point is 01:21:06 Sally Beauty. I'm glad she bought Sally Beauty. I needed my hair product. My cousin wanted me to do her hair. The tattoo you got was for him? No, that was me. Oh, hmm. The tattoo?
Starting point is 01:21:16 I haven't had a tattoo in like five years. I just really wanted it. And yet you're sitting here complaining that you can't afford child care. Shut the fuck up. Women, they prefer tattoos over child care. You hear, here first. No, I still make sure my son has child care. No, you don't because you're actually draining from savings.
Starting point is 01:21:30 So shut the fuck up. You're going in the negative. Black rifle coffee. Bullshit, bullshit, bullshit, bullshit, bullshit, bullshit. Bullshit, bullshit. Bullshit. Bullshit. I would definitely use a chime checking account.
Starting point is 01:21:38 going for it. That's what I personally is. If you use that, you'll at least get a few hundred bucks for free. So use my link to do that. Starting point is 01:26:11 8% truck debt. You, classic American. You actually might be the only one to actually use it, though. And it's worth 45, so you're not the worst. But that $893 payment's insane. Yeah. Is this another auto loan? No.
Starting point is 01:26:27 No. This is someone one. There is another one, though. What? Is it this one? It's this one? $6,000? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:26:35 What's that for? A little gas saver. I need to. But I think it might be upside down. That's why I am trying to... It is. By a few hundred... No, it's like $1,000.
Starting point is 01:26:45 Just sell it. Get rid of the loan, dude. What is this one? You don't have to pay the upside down part and just get rid of it? It's $1,000. It's one payment for your truck. Yeah. It's also like a 10% rate.
Starting point is 01:26:55 Well, and that was a car she was using, too, when we were together. Well, are you guys? going to get back together. I'm not seeing it. I think you guys just remain fuddies. Have fun and then meet someone that you actually can vibe with. Okay? That's what I would potentially advise. $239 payment.
Starting point is 01:27:11 You don't need that. Dude, spend $1,000 and this is gone instead of $239 for a couple more years. Yeah. It's just sitting right now too. Yeah, exactly. Make the math work, dude. Here's your house. It's on a less than 5% rate again, but you owe $197,410.27.

Starting point is 01:29:04 I owe the IRS like over five grand. What are we doing? Why are you spending that much on bullshit if you owe the IRS that much money? Um, I ended up owing that last year because I cashed out to eat. I cashed out a pension. A thousand dollars going out to eat but you owe the IRS? You're blaming on me.
Starting point is 01:29:20 She likes to go on dates and go out a whole time. Blame it on me because those are going out to lunch. Half of them. More than half of them. Actually. A vending machine? Do you like sometimes a vending machine? Oh, I haven't been to a,

Starting point is 01:29:44 Yeah, I just started it. How much? 60 bucks a month. What the fuck? I don't never. I'm planning on having a refund next year. That one was high because I cashed out a pension to buy my house. 244 in your return.
Starting point is 01:30:01 Well, the answer of whether or not you guys should get back together is definitely going to be revealed in the post show. because we have something insane to tell you in the post show. How do you guys want me to do this? What is this? I don't know. Separate. Yeah, separate.
Starting point is 01:30:16 Yeah, separate is fine. Okay, how much comes in? 7.32 a month, and it'll go up when his brother turns 18, and then more when the other brother turns 18. No, get it until. Well, we'll keep it there for now. Let's get you debtment of the payments. We'll start with the dude,
Starting point is 01:30:29 because this is going to be an easier turnaround because he actually makes money because he's not a pathetic fucking freak. $3,011. some 26 cents for your minimum fee payments. What's your gas electric utilities, all that? Utilities, water bill is about 160, power is about 200.
Starting point is 01:30:46 Gas I spend about 300 a month on. Internet? $50. $710. That's crazy. It's just you and the kid now. What's your phone bill? 90. Okay. Vroom, drive, drive gasoline. That was a 300.
Starting point is 01:31:04 Sorry. Oh, gas for the $1,000. house? No, I don't have gas for the house to all electric. So we'll subtract that then. Yeah. Okay, 410 for utilities. Car insurance. $350.
Starting point is 01:31:20 Necessary food. For you and the kid, I'll do I budgeted $500. I'll do $5.50. Let's go out to eat. Use the meal plan. Your meal prepping. Might be able to go out to you. Let's see them. TP funding anything else for you and the kids who exist, $200. Medical health here. You got co-pays, monthly basis.
Starting point is 01:31:36 Yeah, because I switched to a PPO. How much? If he's going to the doctor, probably... Is he or not? Yeah, sometimes. Every month? No. Okay, then just budget it in into the TP fund.

Starting point is 01:32:00 Anything else that needs to be in here? I don't think so. Speak now. I'm double-checking right now. Okay, well, you can make it and you have room to pay off debt. You need $5,061.26 a month. You have $1,500 left on a monthly basis. Yeah, just take care of this debt, dude.
Starting point is 01:32:18 And with your homeownership, you live a great life. And you'll catch up on retirement since you pulled from your pension. Do I chip away at the highest ones with the interest or do I... No, I would go small as large, so you at least make progress. But you'll be knocking out those credit cards very quickly and the collections as well. The thing, the truck you just really need to take care of because it is kind of high interest. Obviously, not the house. but you're paying off this debt pretty damn quick.
Starting point is 01:32:39 Sell the other car, use $1,000, which you have left on a monthly basis, wipe that debt and then roll through. You're going to be debt-free before you know it, besides the house. And I don't need you to pay off the house. It's below a 5% rate. You're fine. You, the complicated one.
Starting point is 01:32:55 The job that I'm supposed to be starting... Your minimum is only $15 a month because you owe on that other shit, but it's like... How much you think you're going to make? Roughly like $500 a week. Okay, $2,000 a month. Okay, do you owe anything to your sister while living there? No.
Starting point is 01:33:11 You owe money to him? Yes. Tell you that. What's your vehicle situation? It's paid off. Okay. How much gas a month? Are you going to be using?
Starting point is 01:33:21 I don't know, probably around $100. You got to drive a lot once a week. I have to drive up to Dallas once a week to finish off, cleaning out the house. I'm going to do $250. Car insurance, how much? I don't have car. car insurance right now. Okay, let's do 200.
Starting point is 01:33:38 The car is currently in the shop getting fixed right now. We'll do 200. Okay. Food. How did the groceries work at your sister's house? It's just been a couple weeks and I haven't started my job yet. Yeah, but how does it work?
Starting point is 01:33:52 Are you going to have to pay for them or not? I'm going to try. I want to at least help with groceries. Okay. You're going to help. I'll allow you to contribute 300 hours. Deep you find anything else for you and your kids to exist? It's total papers, tampons, all that good shit.
Starting point is 01:34:03 Okay. I'll do 200 bucks. Medical health care. You're going to be on government shit. Subscriptions, I'll try 40. You have a cat, right? Just a cat, one cat? I have a cat and a dog.
Starting point is 01:34:11 $100. $100 pen insurance. How much for their food and shit? I don't need pet insurance. You do. Because guess what? If they get sick, you won't be able to take care of them, and that's not fair. I love them, but, like, my cat is 10 years old, 11, 12 years old. The dog, I'd be down to get...
Starting point is 01:34:25 $50. How much to take care of them on a monthly basis? Roughly, like, $50 for both of their food together. Okay. Phone bill? Phone bill is $50. Anything else that needs to be in your budget? I don't think so.
Starting point is 01:34:36 I don't think so. You're in a blessed situation because of your sister. If you didn't have this, you'd be... I know. I know. You do need to pay him back. I know. But even still, this is still going to be brutal. I do need to, I've been talking to my lawyer about putting together a payment plan to pay him. Yes, you will have to do that. Yes. Okay. You're going to have an extra, I'm going to just conservatively say $750. Okay. Just need to start chipping away at the debt. And it's going to take forever for you.
Starting point is 01:35:00 I know. Do you? Then why do you spend so much money on bullshit? I don't know how. Oh, I do it, honestly. Oh, shut the fuck. Don't. Like, they're very small purchases sometimes. Like, a dollar here, a dollar here.
Starting point is 01:35:17 $5. $7. Like, oh, I do have a storage unit, too. How much? Sorry, it's, I think, $83 a month. Okay, well, it still fits into your $750 lots over because that was being conservative. Shit, maybe if we get rid of the medical bills. Now, for what it's worth, I think you should be able to pay off your dad.
Starting point is 01:35:37 about a year. Okay. That's good. Well, because everything else is going to be in collections. And you're just going to have to sit with that. Okay. Because you're never going to make enough to negotiate that.
Starting point is 01:35:45 Okay. Both of you are debt-free and under a year. Whether or not you guys should give back with each other, you're about to find out. Let's do both of your hammer financial scores first. Okay. And then we'll get into the post show. And you already know what's coming.
Starting point is 01:36:00 Okay. For the man, spending in a budget, you certainly overspent. I mean, you're over-drafing some savings, so you're overspent just a little. so that still counts as zero out of ten. Your debt certainly not, well, you have collections. Zero or ten.
Starting point is 01:36:13 Emergency fund, there is some money there. It's certainly not even close to enough, but I'll give you a three out of ten. Retirement, you had, you don't. Zero out of ten real estate. I have equity in it. I put $50,000 down on the house. Yeah, who knows what it's worth today?
Starting point is 01:36:25 I'll give you a decent because it's a good rate. You're not behind on it. You know, equity position is a little smaller, but seven out of ten. Hammer financial score for you. You are going to be a, two out of ten but for you okay well you have collections you have no real estate your retirement is zero emergency fund zero spending our budget zero your hammer financial score is zero clearly
