episodes of financial audit a week earlier, check us out on YouTube. Okay, I have some advice.
Kevin should walk away. It doesn't bother me. I spend hundreds of thousands and dollars and I have 50%
of equity and if I walk away, you think it's just okay. You go Scott free. You stole my money.
I don't care of, give a fuck about it being illegal. I make my money. If we all have a big safety net,
we're able to take more risk. Her safety net doesn't recall me in doing anything that I'm doing.
Well, your fiance, you're about to be married. So that will be there. I don't rely on no
woman to help me with nothing, period. He called you a fraud in the pre-exam. He called you a fraud in the
interview. There's nothing fraud about me. He called you a fraud. I'm calling you a fraud.
The audience will call you a fraud. Call me a fraud. I've met a lot of people like you.
I have family members like you. The reality is and I have to come down to some price.
You've never met anybody like me. I've met a lot of people like you. You're not unique.
There's nobody like me for one. Merry Christmas in July. I'm in a given mood even for you
naughty ones. Budget, debt, investing, real estate, all of it. 50% off right now. Not sure where you
stand, my new and improved hammer quiz does the dirty work for you.
Two minutes and you'll know exactly how naughty or nice your finances look.
Plus, next steps based on your score.
Take the quiz, then take advantage of 50% off and finally fix your finances for good.
Hello, my name's Kevin.
I'm 30 years old.
I live in Dallas, Texas.
Hey, I'm Ricky.
I'm 42 years old.
I live in clean Texas.
And I, the bina off camera.
The woman off camera
name Cherry.
Okay, and this is financial audit guys.
Okay, yeah.
Weird one, weird intro, because I don't really,
because you guys aren't dating.
This isn't a gay couple thing.
No.
But you guys are on, so it's weird.
And there is someone off camera who,
the thing is, I can't raise my voice to her
because she's a veteran.
Not like that.
And I can't be disrespectful.
Those are her rules.
So if you see me be extra polite to her
compared to any other guests on the show,
that is why she's off camera.
She has a name that I,
I would normally insinuate
belongs to professional dancers,
but I will not insinuate that here
because I cannot be disrespectful.
But that is Cherry off camera.
She will be talking to the bike.
Hello, Cherry.
Can you say hi to everyone?
Hello, everyone.
Okay, very good.
What the fuck am I looking at, guys?
This is a weird thing going on here.
I don't, what the, what is this?
What do you mean?
What is this?
What do you mean?
I don't know, we got a non-
that aren't dating on my show,
plus a cherry off camera.
Who am I talking to?
What is happening here, guys?
Okay, so this is my business partner.
You know what I'm saying?
Oh, so it is your partner.
Yeah, this is my business partner.
Not in the relationship-wise.
Hey, don't be homophobic.
You know, we ain't, but, you know, this is my business partner.
You know, this is my guy.
This is my guy and my friend.
Well done.
You know, and everything like that, you know.
And that over there is, is my partner in life.
Well, done.
Yeah.
Well done.
Yeah.
At 42 and 28.
Yeah.
Nice big gap there.
So, you know.
I'm a good-looking guy.
Yeah, good-looking guy.
Yeah.
A successful woman.
Yes, are you?
Yes.
Good, good, good.
Well, actually, Cherry, I guess if, what do you do for a living?
A lot.
I own a business.
I actually am a veteran.
I went to nursing school, 2021, and I'm in school again for my bachelor's of business and management and marketing.
Is the business she owns the business we're talking about?
No.
Okay.
What's your business?
Um, pole instructor, dance instructor.
Okay.
Yeah.
No jokes.
will be made.
You can make some jokes
about the dance
instructions.
I don't think so.
She was saying
I don't want to be
disrespected,
which is incredibly vague
and horribly subjective.
But I respect
everyone's consent.
That's good.
How much you make
for that, Sherry?
Hey, Barry's.
Let's try to get a number.
Let's try to get an average
of a number.
Are we talking
monthly, hourly?
Sure.
That's too monthly.
Monthly,
about 1,500.
Okay.
I thought I heard the word
success somewhere.
Okay.
The veteran, are you on VA disability?
Yes, I am.
How much?
I'll keep that private.
Okay.
This is pretty good, man.
I'm sure.
Is she at 100%?
Yeah.
What's your disability?
PTSD and a lot of other things.
What are the things?
Other things.
What are they?
She can't mention them on camera.
I can't mention those.
What is that?
It's private.
I'm moving sandbags 15 feet that way.
That's what I'm doing.
Why?
Just it looks like I know.
Well, so she can mention them.
She can, but it's just very, very private.
Do you actually have disability?
Yes, I do.
Yeah, that's why she got the 100%.
That's not why.
That's why I have a mortgage.
No, you...
Huh?
That doesn't make sense.
You said that's my why, but it is why she has the disability
because it's private.
It's a private situation between her and why she got the 100% to get the disability.
Well, sure, if she keeps it private, then it's private.
Right, right, right.
It's not instructed to be private.
Yeah, it's not strut that it'd be private.
So it's private by choice.
Yes.
Okay, so, well, I guess the first veteran in the history of the show, you know what?
Good strategy, because everyone else is out of themselves on this show of not actually having a disability.
So you keep that to yourself and you keep collecting that check.
That's the right way to do it.
If we know how to use the system, am I right, girl?
So I'm guessing it's about $8,000.
Okay, good.
So your success is disability.
No. My success is everything that I do.
Okay, well, 1,500 from...
And 8,000 from disability.
Who said anything about...
Hold dancing instruction?
Instructor, that's two totally different things.
Okay, 1,500, 8,000 is disability.
So your success is disability?
No, it's not.
Is there a number somewhere else I'm missing?
No, it's not a number you're missing.
Okay, so that is...
She makes money from the business.
I make money from going to school.
I make money from a lot of different things.
From school?
Yes, I'm in school as well, as I mentioned.
You make money from that?
Yes, when you're a veteran, they pay you to go to school.
And your school is also paid.
Okay, and thank you for serving.
What was your service?
92 golf.
Huh?
92 golf.
I'm not important.
I don't know what it is.
Culinary specialists.
Yeah.
This is our second cook on disability on the show, 100%.
Yeah, I guess so.
Okay, so 16% of your income comes from your job.
Excuse me?
16% of your income comes from your job.
Maybe.
That's successful.
What do you do, Kevin?
I'm a fraud analyst for a financial institution.
Now, that's a job.
What do you make?
I make 100K and 10K bonus at the end annually.
What hits on your monthly basis?
And why am I incorporating you into this?
I still don't understand why.
Should I collect your income?
Because I want to see Ms. Cherry,
even though I'm picking on her a little.
And Ricky, I want them to do very well.
you're in the middle.
Yes, we'll dive deeper in how me and Ricky I've met.
I would hope so because this is like, should I even incorporate your income?
Am I going to write it down?
Probably not, actually.
I'll cross it out.
Ricky, what do you do?
What I do now and what I did before we met is two different things.
What we did what I did before?
What do you do now?
I'm trying to get your income.
I run the company now.
The company, not her poll.
Education.
It's pretty much, she's part of the business as well, too, because she's one of the models on our business.
You know, saying, we have a big...
What's your business?
We have an entertaining company.
You entertain?
We have a party bus.
We have a food truck.
We have a travel bus.
And we have a podcast and, you know...
What the fuck?
Your business says every business ever?
Yes.
It's all in one.
It's a little...
Usually businesses that try to do everything
tend to not do anything well.
Well, we do well.
I'm hoping that's not the case.
Because I do.
Generally, even though, and Jerry, I will apologize.
I am picking on you at the beginning.
This is mostly because, gosh,
when people tell me not to pick on them is when I actually want to pick on.
If you said I could bully you.
I would have actually probably been really nice.
But I'm still holding back due to your boundaries you said at the beginning.
But I do genuinely want you guys to do well.
I really do.
But usually businesses that try to do everything, do not do everything well.
Have you run a business before?
You're making an opinion of something.
What was the 10,000 square foot building you walk through with 40 employees?
Certainly not a business.
No, I'm saying this is a podcast.
Yes, it is a business.
Hold on.
The podcast is like 500 square feet of the 10,000 square feet building you walk through.
All different businesses do different things.
You know what I'm saying?
You know, just because you run one business don't mean you know how to run every business.
No, but it at least gives you insight better than most people.
But in general, it is a general understanding in the world of business that if you try to do everything, you don't do everything right.
Before you start to try to pinuate on somebody's business, you got to know how.
No, that's not even an opinion.
I'm saying in general, I'm not even saying your business doesn't work.
I don't know your numbers yet.
I'm just saying that's a concern going in because it is a general understanding that any skill of an individual, if he tries to do everything at once, he's not doing everything to 100%.
It's impossible.
Well, our business sounds different.
It's probably because I didn't explain it right.
Oh, okay.
Then try to explain it.
We're an entertainment business in far as if you hire me, I can evaluate and then change your life when it comes to a way.
or it comes to parties.
Change my life.
You know what I'm saying?
Change my life.
I'm hiring you.
Change my life.
Okay.
Say for instance,
you're a bachelor.
You have a wedding coming, right?
Okay.
So in our entertainment business,
I can offer you to party bus.
I can offer you to videography.
I can offer you to food.
Did you say didiography?
Videography.
Because that would be fun.
I'd pay for that.
Videography.
Get the oil flowing.
I bet you like that.
But like I said,
I can offer you for you.
videography.
Okay.
I can offer you the food truck and what we have.
And then I can offer you the bus ride there.
And we can also offer you the party bus.
And we have models.
But you said podcast.
Yes, we do.
We publicize most of our things that we're going on for the show.
You know what?
Okay.
So what do you make?
You said, what do we make?
What do I make?
Yeah, I mean, we'll get into the business.
But yeah, what do you make?
What I make and what I haven't made sort of profit yet with the business as,
sort.
Okay, so we're relying on her disability.
I filed his previous tax years.
Ah, this is why you brought your accountant.
That's my quant.
Your what?
My quantitative.
Well, it's not my accountant.
So for 2025, I didn't get the chance to file his taxes.
But for 2024.
Do you file an extension?
No.
What the fuck is wrong with you?
I believe you filed your taxes.
Asian of the relationship.
But for 2024, Ricky has roughly made around 25,000 roughly.
Okay.
So again, to be clear, for her disability of which we don't know,
is actually the only reason why you're able to go into business because it's what pays
the bill.
So the taxpayer...
I keep all of my monies to myself, actually.
How are you finding your life?
Well, do you guys live in the same place?
Yeah.
Okay.
Well, I mean, come on.
That's like your biggest usual percentage of cost of living.
Or, you know, the cost of living and costs of running business, two different things.
I'm able to pay the bills in the house.
No, I'm saying how you pay your bills.
And she says, well, I keep all my money independently.
Because I'm still paying the bills in the house.
And she keeps her money in her pocket.
She doesn't pay a single cent of the mortgage?
Yeah, she pays a little bit, but I don't have her pay most of it.
Yeah.
Why?
I'm able to take care of most things.
How?
How can he do that off of $25,000 a year?
That's what I make off of this business.
Oh!
Well, I asked what you did.
Oh.
I didn't finish explaining.
You didn't even lit me.
You cut me off.
I do that.
Yeah.
So you got to feel the whole story and find out exactly everything I'm doing.
I'm story ready, buddy.
All right.
You know what I said?
Like I told you, before I met him, I was already running a couple of businesses before the business I have right now that we're running together.
I have a tow truck company.
We have a car lot.
You know what I'm saying?
We have a transport company.
What are you making from that?
From the transport company?
Mm-hmm.
Transport company.
I make about $200,000 a year.
Wow.
Okay.
That's what gets your pocket?
Yes.
Oh, that's incredible.
So, okay, let's just, in general, okay, is there anything else that brings in money?
Is it anything else?
Anything else or is that?
Is that, okay, good.
What do you make on a monthly basis?
What is your pocket monthly?
Pocket monthly now, since I slowed down a company, once I slow down a company.
So it's not $200,000.
That's the number we're going off of.
But what is it now?
I quit the company to run this company.
How much do you make, buddy?
Well, we just told you how much I made.
$25,000 a year.
on this company, yes.
But you said you got together.
What do you make from the previous company now?
From the previous company now?
From the previous company, it shouldn't be no more than probably like every month is,
I want to say about $10,000.
Okay, well, that's good.
That actually makes this surprise.
This is from the car lot?
This is from the trucking company and the traveling company.
You made $10,000 this month?
Would you know?
You said, wouldn't.
I didn't know that.
Would you?
Would I know that?
It's not the same part of the business.
You were filing his taxes.
It's not the same business.
No, but you were filing his taxes or business taxes?
Both.
Okay, how much did he make last year?
For 2025, I didn't file his taxes.
But you're not even preparing it?
Who filed your taxes this year?
I filed my taxes this year.
You filed your taxes?
Well, he got the paperwork and filed.
I didn't follow taxes here.
So taxes had not filed for 2025.
No, it's not filed.
That's not good.
Yeah.
He got the paperwork?
Well, for the to, for the truck company?
Kevin, why have you filed his taxes?
Buddy has to pay his taxes.
For 2024 or 2025?
Five.
He said he gave you the paperwork.
He was a money guy?
So I filed through my CPA.
Through your CPA for him?
My own CPA and he files our business taxes for 2025.
But I didn't, my CPA refuses to file his taxes.
Well, I think.
that would be fair.
This CPS is an asshole.
We got into it.
How was he an asshole
for not wanting to file your taxes
through, not you?
I don't know.
I've been with my CPEA for 10 years,
and I've never seen him
yelled over the phone speaking to him.
Why was he yelling?
I don't know.
Did you yell?
Did I yell, no.
Ricky didn't yell, but my CPA did.
What was he yelling about?
He was accusing Ricky of some mortgage
that I wasn't aware of,
but you weren't aware of either.
Me either.
accusing of a mortgage?
Yeah.
How did he yell about it?
What was the accusation who was making?
He made something personal that I don't know what for he made personal about some mortgage that I had that I wasn't paying and I told them I didn't have.
How did he take it personal?
I don't know.
He was there in person with him, not me.
We filed his taxes 24, 2024.
And I think somewhere in between after that, I don't know what happened between you and my CPA.
But it just kind of left a bad taste in him.
And my CPA told me,
The CPA talked to her?
No.
No.
Because that would trigger me too.
Yeah, and he told me, go find a different CPA.
I'm not going to file his taxes.
So.
Okay.
Did you find another CPA?
Buddy, we're in June.
Yeah.
He did.
Am?
I'm trying to get things together right now.
What did he make in 24?
Ricky?
Yes.
That's the same thing, 25,000.
But for 2023, it was 45.
$5,000?
Okay, buddy, you're not netting $10,000 a month.
Okay, I'm not netting $10,000 a month on paper.
What?
No.
Okay, so you're tax frauding.
I'm not tax frauding.
It's just some money that I make from, you know, my trucks that are not on paper.
I have trucks that are not on paper that makes money sometimes.
Help me out here, Kevin.
How can he help you out when he doesn't know about the drugs?
Oh, I thought he did because he filed the taxes.
Do you not know?
How are we going to file taxes on something that he doesn't know about?
He doesn't know about my drugs?
That's what I'm trying to figure out.
That's what I'm telling you.
I'm not part of that trucking.
He's not part of the trucking company.
I had this way before he even came.
Kevin,
why are you here?
You're a part of the current business?
Yes.
Yes, I am.
How are you a part of it?
I'm more of his, how you say,
angel investors slash tech side of the technical support.
For him, at least.
It's racist.
You said it's racist?
Wait.
Are you stupid?
Wait, how's that?
That is not racist.
token Asian for tech.
Oh, I didn't realize that.
I have one and his name is also Kevin.
No, his name's Sean.
I didn't realize that.
That's okay.
No, that's good.
That's good.
That's good.
Okay.
So you invested?
Yes.
We should probably go back how me and Ricky met.
We've met in 2022 at Clinical Trial Study.
And we stay at a facility for three whole weeks.
We couldn't leave.
And that's when we got to know him.
Me and Ricky.
What were they studying?
What was their study, but I forgot.
It was for an antidepressant medication that they were doing...
Okay, worked on him, failed with you.
And the payout was really nice, and it was three weeks, but at the very last...
I think the second till the last day, you weren't able to complete the study.
No, I completed the study.
You left the program early, and you have verbal altercation with one of the staff nurses.
Oh, so fighting's in your history.
Oh yeah, most definitely for sure
But it was the CPA?
Huh?
I meant it was the CPA, yeah
But yeah, I kick ass
Why?
Man, I'm from Compton
Yeah

I don't completely anti-social behavior because...
You said you're kicking ass.
I said I will and I can.
Why?

With me.
I never yelled at him or said anything to him, period.
That's the second time so far.
Mm-hmm.
I never said nothing to him, period.
I didn't yell at him.
I didn't say nothing to him.
The man yelled at me and started talking shit.
Okay.
I didn't say nothing to him.
Why would the guy at the clinical trial?
Why would you see PA and why would the guy at the clinical trial talk shit to you?
I don't know.
So everyone's talking shit to you?
I don't know.
Try being black in America
That's what you do
I can attempt it
I just think I would get cancelled very quick
If I did what was necessary
Yeah
Blackface
But to go to what you said
At the end of the trial study
Ricky proposed me a business idea
And I was bored
I was 26 years old
I just thought okay sure
Let's start this recording studio
That was a while ago
Okay
This recording studio
And it's a cool idea
We'll have inside a mobile bus RV
or bus.
Mobile.
Yeah.
It became bigger
than what it needed to be
and it started
to do more.
We started the recording
studio on a
I bought a big giant bus
and my little brother
at the time was rapping
and he was doing some music
and stuff like that
and we had a bunch of other
artists.
Compton.
I guess so.
You know,
but, you know,
he was all doing music
and stuff like that.
It was doing some things
but I didn't know
too much about music.
I owned 18 acres of land
at the time.
on a property we're living at.
That's the Uno reverse card.
The Uno reverse card?
What you mean?
Keep going.
You know what I'm saying?
At the time, Cherry came up with a nice idea
to be able to do a smoke shop.
Always degenerate behavior is what's in your head.
So, you know, we wanted to utilize the land.
So we started utilizing the land to get a hemp production license.
You know what I'm saying?
You're an interesting one, Cherry.
So we got a hip production license.
I think I'm in love.
We got a hip production license and we started growing a hemp, you know.
But I had no idea.
I was sort of invested in this podcast studio or recording studio that didn't really turn out the way it panned out.
And then next day I know, hey, we're doing a smoke shop business now.
Classic pivot.
I didn't put my money into it knowing that.
But now, hey.
put in?
At that time?
Just, yeah, what have you put in overall?
Yeah, sure.
Actually, up until that time.
Up until that first year, how much did I give you?
30,000.
And you pivoted the business without his knowledge?
It wasn't a $30,000 cash.
It was a credit card that he had handed.
No, not credit card initially.
It was upfront capital.
I remember giving you two grand for some tires for the bus.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
And then the five grand for the music instrument.
instrument tool.
I thought we used the card on it.
The what?
I thought we used the card on it.
Did we?
We used the card on it.
It doesn't matter.
It was $30,000 bucks either way.
What percentage did he own giving his credit card?
What percentage did he get the own?
On the credit card?
No, if he gave the credit card, what percentage of the business did he get to own?
We were 50-50 in the business.
50-50, okay.
Yeah.
So labor, money.
Right, right.
Okay.
Yeah.
We're 50-50 throughout the whole business just like that.
Okay, that's good.
That's fine.
I seen it wasn't making an dollar.
It wasn't making any sense, so I've made a pivot and made a decision to make the dollar back, you know.
I still haven't got a dime that first year.
Oh, just the first year.
Overall.
Okay.
Overall.
You own a percentage of her disability?
I'll be paying for it forever.
But like I said, we took a pivot and we changed the business.
I bought a second bus.
I bought a second bus to be able to do a smoke with a shop because we didn't want to.
But he didn't consent to this, even though he's a 50% owner.
I was sort of dragged along in a way.
I bought it with my own cash.
I got the bus and I made it.
Still, he's a 50% owner.
Yeah, but it didn't have really nothing to do with the business
until we made it part of the business.
What's the legal?
What's the paperwork we've done around the signing of this business?
There's none.
Why?
It is not very difficult to get just some kind of contract attorney
in the business world, a thousand bucks.
I should have known better, but I was 26, 27.
We should have had an operating agreement.
At that point,
What are we doing?
I started this at like 27.
I got shit and figured out.
What are we doing?
Okay, but even still today, you're 30.
Right, right.
Okay.
As far as like I said, I wanted to try to take a pivot in the business to do something.
So I took part of my money to be able to open up the part of the hemp business, get into the smoke shop and get into the things.
Don't understand that pivot.
But listen, that is, you know, money can be made.
It wasn't.
Wait, but a lot of new laws in Texas.
How's that impacting?
It impacted.
It destroyed it.
It destroyed it mainly.
And now we're doing another pivot.
Yeah.
Oh, new pivot.
Yeah, because we were making anywhere from $400,000, maybe $500,000, $600,000 a year for the business that we had with the smoke and everything.
You didn't see a dime?
I didn't see a dime.
How's that fair?
It's fair.
Were you taking distributions?
Was he taking distributions?
No, Ricky said he would reinvest it, but I believe the profit was, the profit was pretty slim.
It was, it was because.
How much profits were there?
there wasn't too many because we kept escalating with the business so this okay but if there were not
too many profits how many were there okay so sounds like there were some profits it wasn't
well he said not too many meaning there were some you know saying there none okay so there were some
profits but it wasn't at the same time because it kept escalating with the business so if you invested
you know saying 50 000 into a bus yeah you know now i want to try to
get that money back. So when we start to get that money back to try to recoupicate that
that type of profit on one of business. How's your perspective here buddy? This seems like what the
f f f did I get a part of? Drining in student loans with massive interest rates, I see it on the show
all the time. People get a loan to advance their careers only to be left with sky high interest
rates and crazy minimums that leave their paycheck gutted. Maybe you've already gone to a normal lender
to try to refinance your private student loans. And they looked at your less than perfect credit
score and hung up the phone. Maybe part of you even thought, yeah, that tracks. I guess I'm stuck.
Stop it. You don't deserve to be buried in a high interest loan for the rest of your life because
you hit a rough patch. The banks aren't rejecting you because you're a lost cause. They're
rejecting you because you're not profitable enough for them at a manageable rate. That's where
why refi comes in. Why refi works specifically with borrowers who can't get refinancing through
traditional lenders. It's their whole thing. They refinance private student loans so you're
only paying interest between 0.1% and 5.99%. And they legally can't.
cannot charge you more than that.
They'll even customize your payments to get you out of debt at a pace that works for you.
And if you need a co-borrower release from your loan, they've got a program for that too.
Plus, their team is in Phoenix, Arizona, so when you call them, you talk to a real person.
It only takes three minutes to check your rates, and it doesn't impact your credit score.
If you've been told no a million times, try Y-R-R-R-E-F-E-F-Hammer.

Um, four years into the business, I'm hundreds of thousand dollars into this.
Hundreds of thousands?
What have you spent?
Hundreds of thousands.
I don't really see the numbers there, but I'll just take your word for it, but I haven't
seen those numbers.
Wait, so you actually don't even believe he has invested hundreds?
I honestly, I don't.
I don't know how when we got the material.
be able to stand for.
Is there proof?
Yes, most definitely for sure.
On paper?
On paper?
I haven't seen.
I haven't seen it.
I haven't seen it.
He has it.
He's even seen it in numbers.
Which one?
Okay, you have the financial reports for everything that we have.
Period.
Point blank.
The ones you sold?
How did you come up?
What did you sold?
What did you sold?
What did you sold?
$100,000?
I sold my property.
I sold my house.
For the business?
Yes.
What else?
I sold my tow truck and my 18-wheeler.
Okay, so that's not making any money anymore.
Did the house have a mortgage on it?
I had four 18-woolers and four tow-trucks.
Yeah, you're all over the place, which...
I'm not all over the place.
Kind of.
I mean, you're not filing your taxes, Ricky.
I didn't file my taxes this year.
Yes, it's June.
You didn't file an extension.
You can't tell me what you're doing.
My life moves a certain way.
If you're...
Okay, a part of that life is always filing your taxes, Ricky.
filing your taxes and all that kind of good stuff and whatever like that.
Not a lot of people in America fall their taxes.
Buddy, you're a business owner.
You have to.
You're going to get audited.
Okay, let them audit me.
You can't audit nothing that they can't take from.
Uh-oh, Ricky.
Uh-oh, Kevin, you hear that?
Yeah.
Let them audit you.
You're excited?
I don't want to be audited.
So.
I'm not scared in the audited.
I'm not scared of anything that's going to be.
Really?
Because, I mean, like, all your off paper making money, I would actually be actually terrified.
You've never been in a predicament.
What do you mean?
What a predicament?
it. Okay, I'm struggling with certain things that destroyed our company when it came to the hemp business?
Yes. Okay. I mean, I've gotten canceled before. It's kind of similar. No, it's not the same thing.
In a different way. I mean, there's different struggles all around. We also probably make more money than than we do, too.
Well, of course, I'm better of business. I don't know about that part. Well, objectively, I mean, objectively, my business is longer. Some people get lucky, some people don't.
You think this is all luck? I don't think it's all luck. I'm not at all. A lot of people do hard.
work.
But what I'm saying is that my hard work is better than my hard work.
Your hard work's better than her hard work.
My hard work.
Her dancing is better than her dancing.
My hard work is different.
That's what I'm trying to say.
It didn't your hard work.
Yeah.
All that matters in the end is results, though.
Yeah.
I don't care if you work and produce nothing, then you're still a failure, even if you worked hard.
Ooh.
So we don't judge people based on how much work they did.
And just judge some results.
Just because you failed.
You got to come back up and you got to get it again.
Sure, but if you failed, you're a failure.
Anyways, four years and I still haven't seen a dime yet.
Yeah, that's a big deal when he spent hundreds of thousands
And he says he spent hundreds of thousands
Did you have a mortgage on that property?
Yes.
That was my question.
Yes.
Okay, what was the profit from that property when he sold it?
216,000.
And you put her all into the business?
No.
We bought another house.
Are you hearing that, Kevin?
He just said he sold the house to put it into the business.
Kevin, are you following this?
I appreciate you for being truthful.
And I think you just f*** yourself.
No, we bought it.
another house, we have the equity and the property to be able to stand for it on what I spent
on my money and the receipts and everything. I said you told the house to put it into the business.
Aren't you, aren't you renting?
No, renting what?
I thought, okay, I must have been a mistake. I thought you were renting. Very much mistaken.
There's a lot of things that you don't listen to that you say you listen to that you don't.
You know what I'm saying? They're not listening to a lot of stuff that we've actually
have and we do.
We never rented anything in the amount of time that we've been together.
Ah?
Besides a car. I said we've never rented anything besides a car in the entire time of me and Ricky's
relationship.
We don't rent nothing.
We bought everything to be having.
Okay, it's my bad.
It's my bad. I just thought something else.
He says you don't listen to anything.
What does that mean?
I guess I get, I don't listen.
I guess that's what he says.
I just don't listen.
Oh, you're a cuck.
Okay.
You want that as a business partner?
I guess he is an unlimited blank check.
ATM.
No, not nothing like that.
Pushover, too.
Why, you got the jawline
you're a handsome guy.
I think you can stand up for yourselves.
He might take antisocial behavior out on you if you speak up, but...
I've never got into it with him like that.
I'm joking.
I'm joking. You're a good guy, I think. Maybe. I don't know.
You might be kind of abusing his finances.
But really? You're just going to...
Is that how you've been in this entire relationship? Just a pushover?
It's been a lot of weight on my shoulders.
Why continue to put money into this?
Part of me thinks it's going to work out if I keep pouring more into this.
Okay, tell me how it's going to work out.
Give me the strategy. Give me the...
How does it work out?
Initially, I thought it was because I thought...
Okay, you put hundreds of thousands since that initial.
Again, again, again, when it comes to working out this business.
He's going to speak for you.
Every time I bring it up to Ricky, he assures me that we're going to make millions every single year.
Oh, millions, Ricky.
And even though our taxes that we made $550,000 or $450,000 in sales, I just, that's the only indicator that.
In sales, but not profits.
Yeah.
Which I really am very curious what the IRS thinks about that.
So that's the only thing that's been doing.
When you're starting from scratch and you have the business, you know what I'm saying?
Well, I mean, you're just acting like I didn't.
It's just like you have all this equipment here.
You have to buy all this stuff.
Yes, but I funneled it with profit.
Yeah.
No, you didn't.
With business.
Well, I made sure I could actually pay my bills.
Okay, but you took you some time to do it, didn't it?
Yes, but I didn't rush in by buying everything and not making a penny.
I didn't rush in either.
He hasn't gotten a penny in four years.
It's a half of the part and you're sublicating and you're talking about things that you're...
Tell me the other half.
What's a supplicate?
Okay.
Okay.
I'm going to leave.
I'm going to, you know what?
We're going to play word things and we're going to talk about business.
I just don't know what supplicate is.
You said I'm supplicating.
Okay.
Don't worry about it.
Listen.
Okay.
I'll move on.
Like I said, when it comes to this business and when it comes to the things that we're doing and how you do it,
we start from the ground up.
And I bought every single thing and put it.
towards this business to make a profit.
With this money? No, with my money as well. And I know that I spent way much more.
I came out of my pocket. How much more?
At least about over, about maybe a hundred to $150,000 more. I know that for sure.
What's the total?
You're saying $150,000? No, total.

Total, what we owe?
No, no, how much have you put in overall?
Total, with both of us we put into this business,
at least about $300-something,000.
Okay, supplicate is to ask for something
humbly, earnestly, or submissively.
I don't remember doing that.
Maybe I did.
Was I humbly asking for something?
Listen.
So what's the other half?
He said there's a second half I really want to hear.
Other than I'm building from the ground up.
What's the other half?
I need some like information here.
It takes more than money to run a business.
So let's let's for a second take money out of the situation.
What are we doing to help the business?
Every party that's in charge of the business.
Me, Kevin, Ricky, without the money.
What are we doing to help our business?
build as far as in website, as far as in making flyers for our
priceless, as far as marketing, as far as getting out there,
letting people know about our company. Me and Ricky are the only two
people doing that. So what are you doing? I wasn't aware you're a part of the
business. What are you doing a part of the business? I do marketing as far as
making our business cards, getting out there, letting customers know about our
business day by day, word of mouth, because it takes more than just money. She's the
model for our business. Her and her friends are models for our business and stuff
like that. Like I said, on our party bus, it's 15-50 high. We have models all across our party bus.
How do you? People that know you, they know that the business you run, right? Like, anybody that
would know you, they know that what do you have going on. Yeah. Everybody that knows me knows about my
company, and it should be the same for everybody that has a part of our business. Like, there shouldn't be,
if somebody knows Kevin, they should know about the business that he offers and they should know
that we all what services we have they should know that but they don't wait what's the point you're
trying to make i'm sorry the point i'm trying to make is it's besides money it takes more than just
money to run a company as far as getting out there talking to people word of mouth business cards marketing
flyers posting content all of that actually hard work you know said deploy the point that's being made i'm
confused what's being how can we grow and make money if we're not doing the things to make us more money
that's the point i'm making yeah we might disagree on what it takes but if you're
you're not helping marketing and getting your business out there, how is it helping it grow?
Kevin, perspective on that.
It's a lot to take it.
I'm not even in the business in person.
Even though you own 50%?
In person, so I'm just out here.
But that's the same thing that what she's talking about, just because you're not there in person.
Those things that can be done from New York or wherever whatnot, you know what I'm saying as far as in, like, marketing, website and designs and pushing things out there.
Do you have insight into the books?
Can you view the books?
Not anymore.
Not anymore.
Yeah, we got crashed with Square.
Everything was put on Square.
Square was not hemp-friendly.
Yeah.
So they closed our account.
So it's still primarily hemp until new laws.
Yeah, the new laws.
Things start the downpour.
Cherry, what's your perspective on Kevin?
As far as in what specifically?
Part of this business and whatnot.
I mean, I noticed you talked about you and Ricky, but not Kevin.
I mean, Kevin's a great person.
person, like he has put in a lot, but it takes, like I said earlier, it takes more than just
money to help a business grow. It doesn't necessarily mean you have to be out here with me and
Ricky. You can be at home. You can post on our business platform. You can upgrade our website
to make sure that all of our services are up to date with the prices as well. You can help us market
more bookings for the party bus. All of that stuff, you don't have to be in Kaleen
to do that. That's what I'm saying. I mean, everyone agrees that it takes capital and labor.
That's pretty much what makes a business. And the labor costs became too high. This is the only reason
why. Can I have the whiteboard? I am just so. I'm going to just have, let's have you, Ricky.
Ricky, you seem to be the boots on the ground operation. Sorry, I didn't mean to trigger you for this
business. Draw the business, the profit centers, the income, just like, tell me what the business is.
for every source of income
and give me like a percent of what that might be.
Just draw out the business for me.
I just need to understand something.
Okay.
So, God damn, then what'd come off?
Anyways, so there's a,
we did have a building.
We would let the building go.
But when we have the building,
this is the building.
This is the...
Well, I just want to know now.
The shop.
You want to know now what's going on?
Yeah, I just need to know
what the business looks like now.
There's an eraser.
Yeah.
So now, you know what I'm saying,
there's a bus.
you know, that's goddamn.
There's a bus.
There's three buses, actually.
There's the party bus,
and then there's the travel bus,
and then there's the smoke shop bus.
Okay.
You know what I'm saying?
Gotcha.
We got the smoke shop bus,
the travel bus, and the party bus.
And then we have a smoke shop car.
Car?
Yeah, we got a car.
Okay.
One of got repossessed.
You know, that was a van that we had,
which the motor didn't work.
It was under my name.
It was under your name.
It was I co-signed for that van.
And it was repoed a couple weeks ago.
Where were you when I wanted some money for free with no responsibility?
Okay, okay.
So shop car.
Shop car.
And then we got another van for the smoke shop as well, too.
And this was that repossessed this one?
No.
No, we had that one.
Yeah, we got a total of three.
But we have two.
And then we got the food truck.
Yeah.
Okay.
So a lot of assets.
Are there debt on these assets?
No.
These are all owned cash out.
Yes.
Why was one repossessed?
Because that was the only one we were doing payments on.
Why didn't you pay?
Things got complicated with the whole business because, one, we made a mistake by getting loans.
We got a cash advance loan.
You know, we were-cash-distance.
He didn't take out like a personal loan, business loan?
No.
Cash-advance?
Yeah.
The personal loan?
We were, we were, we went on this business on a business.
whole point. First, we got the credit card stacking, which was fine. We got the credit
car stacking. Are you familiar with credit card stacking? You know, we got the credit card
stacking. We got at least about, I want to say, about $80,000 worth of credit cards.
Okay. Are you talking about just that endless transferring? No, no, no, not the transferring.
So we went through a third-party service and they apply all these credit cards for us. So we went
to the first round, we obtained four credit cards at the expense of 12%. Was it 12%?
percent's insane
No, no, we didn't have zero down on the credit card
No, no, no, they're paying for the service
Wait, I'm confused though, it's not straight
How are you guys collecting money now though?
Now, now is a different
point, you know what I'm saying?
How are you collecting that?
We're still building it.
We have to take a pivot
But how does income come in?
Where do you collect it from?
Where do we collect it from?
What are you talking about?
I think it's straight broke, right?
You're talking about, wait a minute,
you're going from one subject to another subject
that asks me some question to another question
and you've got to stay on one point on one,
the conversation.
Well, I could do whatever I want on my show.
I know what you're saying, but I'm getting confused on what you're talking about.
Well, that's fine.
That's why I'm trying to redefine it.
So,
okay.
Stripe doesn't work.
How are you making money now?
We're making money from the,
from the hemp shop.
Yeah,
but where is it hitting?
Not through Stripe.
Where is it getting transferred through?
He's referring to POS.
Oh, the POS system.
I forgot the name of it.
I forgot the name of the POS system.
So why am I being told that's going like through Cherry's cash up and Venmo?
Well, the cash app, yes.
Because we had to start using her cash shop.
because my cat's you don't have any insight on that i that's true and how does that make you feel
dude if it was going to her my business partner's fiance's cash app and we put it through the bank
which bank from bank of america but but that's it's that negative it's been negative for the last
two months we haven't made any money oh good okay so yeah let's talk about the money then so these
are all the assets correct right okay so there's also a pie
podcast.
These are all the vehicles we have.
Okay, so that's the vehicle part of the business.
What else is that?
It's the vehicle part of the business.
Then we got videography.
You know what I'm saying?
And this is for events.
This is for events.
Right.
Yeah.
Okay.
So we have the same setup you have here.
We have.
Kind of.
But yeah, I get it.
It's not kind of.
You don't know what I have.
But yes, we have the same set up.
Well, we don't go mobile and shoot events.
So kind of.
I'm saying I don't go mobile either and shoot events.
I do shoot events.
That's good to you?
What I'm saying is we have a stationary spot that we do it at.
You know, we have a stationary spot where we have our same thing.
We do the same stuff and whatever like that, not on your level or nothing like that, period.
We're not competing.
That's fine.
But I'm saying that's it.
Okay.
So videography, what else?
Videography and that's it.
This is all part of business.
Right down on average for each of those what they would bring in net after costs.
Now, like, would they bring in?
We're not...
Now, now, not would.
Now.
Like, now they're not bringing in nothing but the videography.
Because we just started to...
He's still building it up.
Okay.
So what does that mean?
What does it look like now, then?
If it's still being built out, what's this still building?
I understand the hemp one.
Like, okay, we can, like, that's on hold until we figured out.
So, so this all got changed just recently.
Within three months, everything kind of took a pause and stopped.
Why?
Because of the hemp business.
So the travel bus relied on the hemp business?
Okay, so the travel bus in every part of this business relied on one part of the business because it made so much money.
And when it made so much money...
So you're saying all of it was subsidized?
There are all money losers being subsidized by the hemp business?
No, it's just I didn't have enough.
I was starting to break off and push more into the party bus, more.
Okay, this is what happened.
Because it's a long story and we're going to it in a quick ways and you're asking questions about certain things.
Try your best.
I'm just saying, okay, far as in the party bus, and far as in some of these vehicles and stuff like that and what happened in the situation, the party bus took, I want to say, $50,000 in creation and $20,000.
It took, huh?
That's chunky.
Yes.
And it took, because it was originally the mobile studio where we had started correct.
The very first thing.
And we changed it into a part.
party bus and I had put a rap on there.
We had God with a dude named Kevin
that he ran his business for 30 years. I don't know
this guy, I mean, I know to him, but
I didn't know he was going to take this long with
the rap on a bus. Not this Kevin.
No, not this. Different Kevin.
A different Kevin. Different Kevin.
He took six
months to get our bus back
when we had a rap on it. So it took a
pause on that bus. The
transmission went out on the
on the, what you call it, on
the smoke shop bus. So we couldn't
utilize that. So we're
is standing on every single one of these individually today.
They work now. Okay, so why
is no money coming in? Because I'm
only one person. We
lost a lot of stuff
when the hip business went down.
Would you lose? We lost employees.
Okay, but why would the employee for the transportation
bus be funded by the hemp business?
Because it was the only thing that was coming through.
We had just got the bus back.
Okay, so what do we need to do right now
to get it up and running? Let's say
there was employees to run it. What would they bring
in on net? What would they bring it on
net on a party bus?
Each individual item there.
Not the hemp, obviously, anymore, but what were they...
On a monthly basis.
What was that first one?
S? What's S again?
That's the Smokshot bus.
Okay.
Can we still do that today?
Yeah.
Okay.
What would that bring on a net if you had the employee in place?
A net after expenses.
Monthly?
Are you talking about...
Yes, monthly.
Monthly after expenses, you're talking about...
We running now and had all the stuff that was in there.
You're talking about maybe $25,000 a month.
Does that sound right, Kevin?
Um, you did the taxes.
I don't see that hit in the checking account.
Listen, we have that hitting a check.
We had that hitting a check account for almost two years.
Things are being run through her cash up right now in Venmo, right?
What you said?
Things are being run through her cash up in Venmo right now, right?
Transactions.
She don't have Vimmo, but yes, cash up.
Cash.
Would you let Kevin see your cash app?
We do.
Yeah, but all the business stuff isn't just on cash up.
I have other personal things that I get cashed at for.
No, that's fine.
Yeah, that's fine.
Like he would see the business thing.
Yeah.
No problem.
He's,
when they have a meeting every day,
when they have a meeting every day
and Kevin talks to Ricky about numbers.
So I'm not sure how he didn't see it
when they have conversations every day
about numbers.
That doesn't make any sense.
We show him the cash apps.
We send over the things and stuff like that.
Because if he never saw any numbers,
why would he still be here this long?
I haven't seen any of the cash shop.
He hasn't seen it.
He's seen it.
Why is he saying that?
The thing is this,
we just started using her cash app.
It wasn't like it was the whole time.
It wasn't the whole time.
I know.
When did it start?
They shut down our cash app
and they shut down our square.
What do you use now?
That's why we end up using hers.
And we switched over
and we had to use another POS system.
For how long though?
Like three months.
You're saying you haven't seen anything
in three months?
No, I haven't.
That's why.
Okay, can he see?
I mean...
Yeah, you can read.
She doesn't want to be on camera.
Let's take a look.
Which transactions are which transactions.
That's what I'm saying.
No, I know, I know.
He can ask for clarity.
certification.
Take a little look through.
Ricky's right there.
Take a little peekies.
Yeah.
A little peek.
Okay, so let's say 20,000 great.
Transportation bus.
What would that bring in while Mr. Kevin goes through and looks?
The transportation bus can bring anywhere from, let's say.
Nat, after costs.
After costs, $10,000 a month.
Okay.
That would be lovely.
P.
I forgot what a party bus.
Party bus.
Yes.
What does that bring it in?
It can bring anywhere.
After cost.
Own Killeen, by the way.
About $15,000.
No, I hear in Austin.
It's an Austin.
It's right around the corner.
It's actually right around the block.
The party was in the food truck.
I mean, there's a lot of transactions.
There's a lot of food, shopping, gas.
I mean, it's hard to keep it organized.
By the way, your CPA is not going to like,
and IRS certainly won't.
Personal and business all being collected in one.
I couldn't stop.
You know, we didn't make the cash app stop.
We had to make a pivot to sit there.
I know, because you were doing business
that was illegal in Texas.
So, okay.
Okay, do you believe these numbers?
Because he's saying net, you guys can make, what is that, 40,000 hours a month.
Look, I look at the numbers on our checking account.
It has never exceeded $4,000 balance.
So why?
Okay.
Why does it ever exceed $4,000?
If you're saying just those three, you can bring in $50 net.
Net is after costs.
Okay.
That is, you're saying you're talking about a specificitary.
type numbers that can be done now.
Huh?
What kind of numbers?
If we had them,
you know.
Oh,
these were the numbers that would make it.
Would make.
Would make.
Yeah, if you brought them up today.
Yeah, if I had the money to do all the stuff that would have made.
What do you need?
To get this done?
Yes.
Probably like 50,000 to get that done.
Ready?
Put it another 50?
You know?
I mean, I don't,
I don't you?
I thought you're big asset, big, lots of things.
Yeah, I got a lot of stuff going on, but I don't have no cash.
If you're so confident in it,
borrow against your home, put 50 in it.
We did that already.
I have so many stuff.
I thought you said he had equity.
We do.
There you go.
But what I'm saying,
I already borrowed against it.
He does have a plan
to acquire more capital.
Yeah.
What's the plan?
So the same thing
that he did with the credit card stacking
and stuff like that.
We already haven't planned
with people to be able to
myself, her,
and one of our other business partners
to be able to do the same thing
with our credit cards
and be able to alleviate.
The thing about it was
we wasn't able to get an SBA loan.
we wasn't able to get a SBLO.
Oh shit.
This is a mess.
It wasn't a mess before this all started.
Before this all started, it wasn't a mess.
Okay.
When was it before it all started?
When was that?
It was last year.
Cool, last year.
What were you seen on a monthly basis?
Before we keep going, a quick word from today's sponsor.

It's not significant.
Okay, so what are we talking about then?
As far as in with not significant, we have the numbers.
And you know what I'm saying?
Show it in there.
If you have the financial paperwork in our bank account, we had the numbers showing that we were making 25 to
$30,000 a month that were alleviating
going to the account. We were just paying employees.
We were paying employees buying
things for the company running the business.
When you're not there physically, when you're not there
actually... Fitching that he didn't have to be.
You can see it on the... He wasn't looking
on the computer on a square.
Why? I wish he looked on the computer. It's there.
All the sales were there. Everything
that was there. Why'd you trust this
guy? Oh, that's a...
That's a...
He trusts me plenty of hours.
Why did you trust him? To invest a couple hundred thousand
dollars, dude. You a couple hundred thousand dollars
with multi-millions in the S&P 500 by the time retired.
I could have been a millionaire. You f***ed? Yeah, why'd you
trust him? I was naive. Why? I was
26, 27. Oh, shut the fuck up.
Okay, you're right. None of us do this at 26, 27.
I guess I was really persuaded
and convinced that we would make
multi-millions. How did he persuade
you, though? Well, made you fall?
Objectively, no, not yet.
I wasn't expecting for the hemp business
to fall. I wasn't expecting
But if you get into a risky business, like you kind of understand, right?
I didn't expect for it to fall.
I didn't expect for the laws to change.
You know what I'm saying?
Really in Texas?
I didn't expect for it to change.
You Ken Paxton's been pushing for this forever.
Man, I don't look at this stuff like that.
You don't look at the stuff that impacts your business?
I do look at it, but I'm saying I didn't expect it to change that harshly.
That's what you're investing in.
The guy who doesn't look into the things that impacts his business.
You got sold great.
Okay.
Nobody expected it to happen.
And it's more than,
just me. Actually, I did. I've been following that. They've been trying that. Actually, they've been,
okay, it's 26, 27, you're 30 now. They've been trying that since you're 26. I know over.
I've been following it for four years. I know over 15 different business personally. They've spent
hundreds of thousands just the same as I've done. They fell under just because they changed the laws.
Yeah, but they bet on the risk. Yeah, when I did too. But you weren't even informed on the risk.
I was informed on the risk. You just said you didn't look into it. I'm saying like, I didn't think it was
going to go change like that. They weren't informed on the risk. I was informed on the risk.
I was informed on the risk every day.
He even reminded me about the risk.
What?
What the fuck?
What are we doing with here?
He can't say he's informed day and a hundred phone.
How much money did we pay back, Kevin, on that loan?
How much money was it?
The one that we fully paid back?
Do what?
We paid back on the loan.
It was like $60,000.
Oh, we took a small, what was it called?
And then we paid back every penny, the whole thing.
We took like a small business loan from me.
The reason why we never saw any significant money in an account is because we took a loan.
And so this is what it is.
We took a loan and we were paying $1,000 a week, a thousand dollars a week on loans that were coming through the account.
We're making them.
Never missed a payment.
Said there and made $1,000 a week every week on this account.
You know what I'm saying?
Then we're paying another $3,500 in credit cards every month, then plus the employees, then plus the mortgage, then plus the lights, then plus all the things that it takes to run the business and be able to apply the supplies and be able to run the business.
I understand that, but that's what went to the downfall.
And what happened after that, after we sat there and paid off all the loans,
it was a financial freedom that were going to go stand ahead,
then took on his head to put all the credit card payments,
which they were all spread around through the month,
you know, where we're how we subjugating,
how we make money,
how we separate and put the money in our accounts.
We're making 400, 500, 500, 300, 300, you know what I'm saying,
every other day.
and what happened after that.
Such a mess.
Okay.
You know, he put all the payments into one day.
You guys took on way too much risk,
way too much debt to fuel this thing in an industry
that if you did any research,
you would know that Texas was trying to change the law on.
This was just uninformed moronic behavior across the board.
Come on.
Dude, I don't smoke weed,
but I follow basic Texas news.
And I followed it too.
He just said you didn't follow it.
You didn't follow it.
What I'm saying is that after it started changing,
I followed it.
But not that they're trying to change it?
Look, the thing about this,
we can't help but to sit there
and find out what's going on
because the suppliers that I'm getting it from
are telling me about what's going on.
Just follow the fucking news.
I get it from the Austin American States.
It's also because it's probably one of the most...
It's probably one of the most generating income
upstream better than whatever we had else going on.
That's why all of our eggs aren't in just
that business. That's why we have multiple
different things. So if the
hemp did cut off.
But the other ones are doing anything.
We still have videography. We still have our podcast.
We still have photography. We still have the party bus.
Which isn't making. Which isn't making?
None of those are making.
It's making money.
You just don't. What are they making right now?
Right? We just pivot and start to change
and make more from it.
What is being made right now? Can anyone
answer this question?
What's being made right now with the company?
with those buses and everything right now,
we're making anywhere probably about $5,000 to $6,000 every month for it.
So that sounds right?
I don't know.
In videography, what's being made?
Yeah, that sounds right.
Okay.
Yeah.
I don't know.
Okay.
That's a lot of money for three people.
So profiting, $5,000 to $6,000?
No.
Breaking even.
Losing?
No, not losing.
Congratulations.
What a return on investment?
What do you think?
think the financial score would be for your business,
zero to ten if you had a rate it today.
So you're being the absolute worst,
10 being the absolute best.
The financial score?
Yeah, if you had to rate it.
What would you rate it?
No, what would you rate it?
I haven't gotten a dime, so it's zero.

Stupid ass mess.
How much is the videography make in a month?
On the month?
I mean, I just started roughly just doing it hardly, like, right now.
Is everything just, like, nothing's ever being done?
It's like now.
Okay.
What about the photography?
I don't do photography.
I do video photography.
I do it, but not like that.
Not for money.
It's just for our personal things, for our websites.
Okay, the podcast.
You know.
What does it make?
We're not monetized it.
Where do you post your podcast?
YouTube, Instagram.
What is it?
Hey, you got over that 1,000.
The first 1,000 subscribers is the hardest.
Yes.
I don't see in a podcast.
Let me guess we're just starting that as well.
No, we're not just starting it.
I had Kirk Cobain's.
I had a little flip.
Charleston White.
We had a bunch of different people on there.
We just haven't been posting much videos.
You got Kurt Cobain.
You haven't.
It's on there.
You just have to scroll.
It's on there.
The one that's like dead?
No, there's a rapper.
Isn't it the
guy like did Harry from Nirvana?
No, that's a different
Kurt Cobain.
It's the one that people know.
Yeah, wasn't it Kirk Cobain, right?
It's Kirk Cobain, right?
It's Kirkobang she sings drink in my cup.
Yeah.
Okay, which is uploaded on this channel?
Yeah.
Okay, let's see.
Most popular video.
Let's have it sort by most popular.
It's taking a second to load.
Okay.
With a little flip.
Yeah.
2.2,000, two years ago.
And you invested in this.
Also, it's 14 minutes.
It wasn't like we're paying them.
It was kind of like on the whim.
You know, he was going to help us out
and put us on there and stuff like that.
Oh, for you.
Assessment.
Of the 55 minutes, I know you guys so far.
You said 55 minutes, you've known it so far,
the assessment?
You're going to give us an assessment?
Assessment based on the 55 minutes I have so far.
Yes.
You're all talk
That's it
And you're a leech
And you know nothing
And you're a cuck
Everyone's pathetic in like a different way here
Except for you
Because I can't say that to you
I don't know how we're pathetic
Or I'm pathetic
Our business is doing well
Takes one and no one
And then
That's what you got
After your 30 seconds of pause
Takes one and no one
Is what you got
Yeah
I'm rubber your glue
Is what you got
After 30 seconds
Of what I said?
Huh?
My glue?
What?
Yeah, I didn't hear what you said.
No, the best thing you got was a middle school comeback?
Maybe.
Oh, she has a striper.
But anyways, like I said, when it comes to the business and whatever one or not.
Oh, she had a delay.
What was that again?
Everyone says that like it's an insult.
It's not an insult.
No, this is I don't expect much more.
It's not an insult.
No, no, no.
I love strippers.
I see them all the time.
I bet.
They're lovely.
not usually
respected for their intelligence
You just got to talk about
lotion and rubbing yourself
and everything like that
I don't think
Are you talking about lotion?
You're talking about the podcast
I'm not Ashley
What are you talking about me and lotion?
I don't know
What?
You don't want said it
Not me
Lotion?
Yes
What are you talking about?
You were talking about baby oil
And some ditty stuff man
Baby oil
Diddy dietic
Diography
Yeah
Didiography
Yeah
Because you're half the time
Inaudible
That's what I thought I heard
So yeah
I don't think you go to strip gloves
But anyways
It was all in the business.
I went with everyone in this room.
Anyways, when it comes to this business,
you can say successful or not.
I know where we're going to be successful in this business.
It's always we're going to be,
after he put hundreds of thousands in for years.
And I did too.
I have a lot relying on this business, a lot.
I'm sure.
But you have for supplemental disability,
of which we can't say is for being a cook.
Like I said,
I put most of everything that I had,
I love veterans.
Veterans are the best among us.
They are literally, we have the United States because of the veterans,
but we know for a fact on this show's history,
they're not a sacred cow.
We can't just be like no matter what, it's all good, no matter what.
And when we've had literally over a dozen people on the show,
basically brag about how they're getting fully funded disability
for something that didn't happen.
I don't rely on her disability to do my business.
But you guys can.
So you know you can take more risk because you know you can fall back on it.
In the end, if we all have a big safety net,
we're able to take more risk.
That's a basic reality.
Her safety net doesn't recall me
and doing anything that I'm doing.
Well, your fiance, you're about to be married,
so that will be there.
I don't rely on that.
That's not the type of man I am.
You don't rely on right now, I know,
but it allows you to take more risk.
That's not the top of man I am,
and you can't tell me what I'm doing.
I don't rely on no woman to help me with nothing.
It's a little sexist.
Period. Period. That could be sex as all you want.
I don't rely a woman to help me with nothing that I do
with my business, period.
Point blank.
Except that money is that.
there so you're able to take more risk because you know if everything were to go to shit,
you can fall back on it.
That's what you say.
But I don't rely on that.
Well, that's what the numbers say.
No, these numbers don't say that.
I take care of my stuff.
I don't.
Thanks to his hundreds of thousands.
So I guess you're right.
You didn't use a woman.
You didn't listen.
That's what your problem is.
You just sitting there.
Listen.
I told you.
I had a to a toad company that it makes this money that where I can make some that.
I don't put on books.
You said I had.
Why would you not put it on books?
If you're not putting it on books, that's illegal.
I sold.
I don't care for giving a fuck about it being illegal.
I make my money.
Well, that's...
You know what I'm saying?
I'm going to make my money
to where you need to go.
I'm not doing...
I'm not selling drugs and nothing like that.
Wow.
I'm going to make my money.
If I have to escape some taxes
to be able to run my tow truck
to make some money to get my company going,
that's what I'm going to do.
Okay, so...
That's what I'm going to do.
Disability for an unknown disability
as a cook and tax fraud.
Yeah, there ain't no tax fraud.
What?
You just said!
I'm going off of your words!
I'm not making enough money to sit up there
and make tax fraud on my tow truck
that I'm running.
You said you made $200,000.
That would be enough money.
Before we start running in this business, I'm one running in the truck.
I can't sit there and run that truck at the same time I'm doing this business.
I'm the only one running the truck.
So anytime I need some money for this business, yes, I will go take a call for a tow.
Yes, I will go sit there and go tow a car.
Yes, I will go repo a car to make some cash to be able to go buy product.
Yes, I will go do this things.
No one's saying you don't work hard.
But I am saying for this business in looping someone in to give all this money,
put away the bits and everything
that I've been doing
and the jokes and the he he ha-haz
you are all talk
I'm not all talk
You've been for him
No I've actually told him
What to do
Far as in what you do
He's made less than a penny
Okay
On his return on investment
For hundreds of thousands of dollars
And that wasn't
And he's been sucked in due to the talk
Come on
It wasn't sucked in due to the talk
We haven't has it
We lost because of structural things
That happened to the business
But before that he didn't make a penny
Before that we were still building
It's forever building with people that are all...
Forever building with that.
You don't know we're not running the business that we're running.
You're subjugating and putting things on...
Subsigating again.
Not again.
Man, look, listen.
Look here.
Look, listen.
You're sitting up here talking about some things that you don't know no business about, period.
He's talking about.
You're talking about, hey, you're sucking him in and not running the business.
I'm running the business.
Like I said, I'm giving the perspective based on the 55 minutes that I've had so far.
I know, but you do.
55 minutes of this is so far.
You listen to five minutes of conversation and you don't know the structure of your business.
Five minutes.
I've been listening to you a lot.
You've been rambling, buddy.
You've been controlling the conversation.
You've been asking questions and separating these conversations.
You've been separating conversations and putting a conversation here, day, there, there, there, there.
I'm trying to learn as much as I can.
You can't learn anything because you don't listen.
Oh my gosh.
What have I not listened to?
You don't listen to the rest of the conversation.
What have I not heard?
Okay.
When I finish it, I have a sense going.
I'm telling you about the business.
You don't listen to it.
You interrupt in the conversation and you say something about the numbers.
Ricky, what have I not learned?
What do you not learn?
Yes.
How the business failed.
No, I 100% did.
No, it didn't.
It failed more than just with the hemp company.
It failed because the bus couldn't come back.
Because the motor went out inside a truck.
Because a lot of things happened with the business between things getting stolen,
between things messing up between the business employees, people got, I had the fire back and forth.
It wasn't just that.
You're not running there.
You didn't listen long enough for me to ever tell you.
But you didn't listen to anyone who's ever.
been a successful business owner once in their life because you know if you did you'd have a
proper business emergency fund.
I listened to a bunch of people that said that.
Well, then you listen to a bunch of people.
I listen to a bunch of people.
I listen to do it more successful than me.
And they helped you structure the business.
Clearly not, because you would have an emergency fund for those things that would happen for your
business.
I did have an emergency fund.
You wouldn't be going into a new asset in cash every single time without having an
emergency fund to cover six months of that thing being broken to make sure your employees
could have food on the table, to make sure that you can replace a motor.
You don't have assets that generate your income without the ability.
We did take care of that.
You don't know what I'm saying.
We did take care of it.
You just said the consequence of it is it all failed because of that because the motor broke down.
Now you're saying you could have taken care of it.
What are you talking about?
You're kind of addiction to yourself.
We took care of it.
No, you didn't, again, you don't know the ends out of the business.
Give me the inside.
I'm telling you, when the motor broke down, we took it to a mechanic shop.
Guess what happened to the mechanic shop?
The guy did not give me back the truck for three and a half months.
It wasn't our fault.
So you should have had an emergency fund to pay the employees at three and a half months.
We did.
Then what was the issue?
We spent the money that the emergency fund went out and depleted.
Did you have an emergency fund?
Because you've made $0.
No, I had an emergency fund.
And I paid out of my pocket for my employees.
I paid out of my pocket.
I also pay for the employees.
I wired you 50-ish grand and you used it to pay off the employees a year ago.
Yes, we paid off the employees, but we also put $20,000 down onto the building that we were buying.
We also pay for the,
rap that was on the bus.
You know what I'm saying?
And then we paid for the van that was coming out
to the shop that took too long.
That's where all that money went to.
That money went structurally to every
spot and everything that we needed for the company.
Why were you evicted from the building then?
I didn't get evicted from the building.
We left the building by our own choice to save money.
Okay, I don't know.
I was just told you were evicted.
It was a seller of refinanced
and we weren't able to make the monthly payment.
I can make the monthly payment.
I was able to make the month of payment.
I did make the monthly payment.
the money to make a monthly payment.
I told him specifically we're not going to pay another monthly rent
because we don't have all of our full employees.
We don't have all of our full product.
It does not make any sense to pay the rent for the next month
if we don't have the things to operate the business with.
So I asked the financial owner, I said, hey, look,
you can keep the money that we have and I'll take the loss
with taking, we're not having that money back.
But give us a couple months to come out on this business unscathed
so we can be able to leave because we can't handle the mortgage anymore.
On the personality side,
I've met a lot of people like you.
I have family members like you.
The reality is, and I has to come down to some pride.
You've never met anybody like me.
I've met a lot of people like you.
You're not unique.
There's nobody like me, period.
Of course.
Uh-huh.
Yep, you're totally unique.
No one's like you.
Yes, nobody's like me.
And I'm totally...
Wait, what's the point?
The point is, you have a lot of pride.
And for some reason, because of that pride and because, like many people like you,
you can ever be wrong.
No, I'm always wrong with a lot of things.
Not once in this conversation.
You can tell me.
something to where I can do now to help my business, I'm willing to listen.
But you can't tell nothing. But you can never be wrong from anything that happened in the
past. I was wrong for a bunch of things that I've done. Nothing we've talked about in this conversation.
Because we didn't go to that conversation. We have. We've been here. No, we have not. It takes more
than 55 minutes to sit there and go in the conversation on what I'm wrong for. There was some mistakes that I made
in this business on things that I were doing. One, I should have stayed. Now paying the taxes is wrong.
One, I should have stayed. Now I pay the fuck up on that. That taxes white people shit.
You can't be wrong. He can't be wrong. You know, it's not about him. You know.
We're paying taxes and what's up like that.
There's more than paying taxes with running a business.
What's sitting up there hustling?
You don't sit there.
Man,
you don't know what I've been through.
Just because it's a hustle doesn't mean you get to break the law.
It's not breaking a law.
To not pay taxes, yes, it is.
Yes, it's breaking a law like that.
But I'm saying is that, man, you're taking the subject to be right or wrong in a situation.
It's just the law.
You pay your taxes.
Okay.
We're paying the taxes.
We're talking about one year.
He's doing off books income.
Okay, yes.
That's illegal.
That's wrong.
Admit it's wrong.
Yes, that's wrong.
Thank you.
I never said it was right.
You were justifying the fuck out of it.
Literally seven minutes ago.
I'm not justifying the fact is that I'm not paying taxes.
You literally did.
Rewind it.
Why would you not put it on bucks?
I don't care of, give a fuck, about it being illegal.
I'll make my money.
Shut the fuck up on that.
See, you can't be wrong.
Okay, anyways, like I said,
me not paying taxes is me and a hustle for me to do what I need to do.
And a lot of people are doing it.
And I'm doing it.
I don't give a fuck.
Okay, that's a bad thing.
I don't give a f***.
You're a bad person.
Yeah, let me be a bad person.
I'm the bad person who's going to sit there and do it right.
And we should probably put you in jail for a tax fraud.
No, nobody's going to put me in jail for no tax fraud.
I'm not making enough to be tax fraud.
Well, actually, we don't know because you don't put it on the books.
Well, not enough to be on tax fraud.
Like I said, I set up there and run my truck when I need to to make money.
When I need to make money, I go make money to be able to run my business.
It's a minute.
I need to look at some statements.
I don't know what the fuck I'm looking at.
This is so much.
I just need to listen.
apparently I'll never have enough information to have any context on this business to determine whether or not the business that this guy has put hundreds of thousands of dollars in it made zero sense and successful or not.
I didn't never, it was mistakes that I made in the business.
For one, we should have never, we should have never got to go.
Kevin, I'm sorry.
We should have stayed mobile.
That's one of the mistake we should have done, period.
So Vara Bank, what is this?
What am I looking at?
Can someone tell me?
Okay, so there's a total of nine credit cards and VaraBank's one of them.
We all use the cards for similar reasons
for the smoke shop inventories
for other utility bills
but Veribank, that one of the smaller
credit card limits.
Are you going to say I came after you
that's why you were so verbally abrasive?
No, I'm just being stupid.
Because that was your excuse
for why you got physically confrontational
with people in the past.
Where I'm starting to think that you get...
Is it in conversation with people in the past?
Like who?
A verbal.
Verbal.
I didn't never get verbal.
Apologies, verbal.
I didn't never get verbal with anybody.
Even with the guy he's talking about, he answered that question.
I never got verbal with.
Did he get verbal at all?
Not with my CPA, but with the staff nurse at the clinical trial study.
Yeah.

Okay, well, listen, you owe $3,0.82.38 with a minimum monthly payment.
Oh, there's fees.
Minimely payment, $86.61.
Why is their fees, Kevin?
Late fees.
Unpaid fees.
I said we have nine credit cards.
Three of them have already been canceled or closed.
I'm glad I have you here.
You're my quant.
And, yeah, you'll see a lot of the credit cards.
They all have late fees.
That's not very good.
No, it's not good.
Why are you late?
It's all undermined.
Because you don't have the money.
But I thought you said, you're asking a dumb-ass question, why are we late?
I don't have a money.
I'm asking a dumb-ass question because you're dumb ass.
I said you would drive to go make the money to make the payments.
Yeah, I'll make the payments for a lot of different stuff.
There's more than what's the credit card.
To keep the business running.
So that seems like a dumb-ass decision.
though it's not.
I'm going to pay a credit card before I pay the gas to do the party bus.
All me.
Oh, that's very selfish to you.
I'm glad when the things that don't directly impact you, you won't go work hard for.
I'm working hard to end those credit cards.
Kevin, is he working hard for this?
He tells me he works 50, 60 hours a week.
I'll get your course career certification when you're ready to go get a real job.
Sounds good.
You said no?
Ricky doesn't want to.
He doesn't work for people.
He works for himself because he's a ball.
Well, he makes $0.
He's not a very good boss.
See you.
Well, to the little numbers on the paper.
Also, bosses pay their taxes.
Sounds good.
Yeah, keep playing with your Apple Watch.
I'm going to get you out of the shit.
Yeah, that's a weird thing how that works.
Yeah, okay.
I mean, how is he a good boss?
Wait, didn't he lose all his employees?
About 30 employees.
She's doing the middle school.
I'm just going to ignore the person talk to me and play with my Apple Watch.
We had 30 employees, 2025, but we lost most of them.
That sounds like a pretty good boss to me.
She's staring at the ceiling now, okay.
We had to lose the employees.
We had to lose the employees because we had to take, you know,
certain pivots to be able to change to certain parts of the business
because we wasn't making as much money.
So we had to.
Some people are still there, but we can't pay them.
And a lot of people pay them commission-based for the most part, not hourly.
Okay, can you guys pause for a second?
Pause.
Take a breather.
I think she needs to calm down.
She might need to do a couple dance routines.
One second.
I'll be her back.
Oh, Mark, are we filming?
Hi there.
Everyone, come in behind me.
Oh.
Come on.
Wow, this never happened before.
Get as tight this way as you can.
Okay.
All right, everyone be quiet for a second.
Okay, so here's my employees that are in the office right now, some are on lunch, but that's okay.
Here's some of them.
Employees, if the business, I was just like, you know what, we're actually going to just do a quick little, what was the word to use?
Change a direction.
A pivot?
A little pivot.
and you guys all just lost your jobs.
Would I be a good boss?
No, no, terrible boss.
That wouldn't be a very good boss activity?
No, so.
So how the f*** are you a good boss?
Thank you.
You suck with money, so you download a budgeting app.
You start with the classic one, Wynab,
but everyone just deletes it because it's way too complicated to use.
So you go to every dollar,
that's Dave Ramsey, the personal finance guy, right?
Well, they're gonna force you to use it his way.
That's not very personal finances.
Rocket money, they got a lot of commercials,
but they're owned by Rocket Mortgage.
Guess what they want to sell you in the end?
Then there's the new guy on the block, Monarch.

How the fuck can you say you're a good boss?
How could the stripper that needs to go get air?
Because the stressful conversation of being off camera and having someone pushed back
on her once in her life for the first time ever.
Say you're a good boss.
Because I am a good boss.
Okay, very good.
stands on it. That's insane.
How? They all lost
their jobs. You know what I do to take care of these
people? The shit we do.
I'm sure not everyone has
the best opinion to me. You know, the bosses,
who knows? You know, all that good stuff.
But it doesn't matter. The fucking sacrifice
shit. The absolute
investment we do into this business is
crazy. And I did the same thing
from my employees. And they're all gone. And I guarantee
you they'll come back.
Kevin?
They're young.
things can change for the better or...
I never had a bad employee that never came...
If we were to call them right now,
they'd be like, you know, Rick's the good guy.
I'm not saying a bad guy.
Bad guy's different.
They'll say he is a great boss.
I don't have any...
I don't know.
Sometimes you call the employees where you at
and they're not on time.
They don't count the money's right.
That doesn't make a bad boss.
Yeah, it does.
It's a bad leader.
For them not being on time?
Yes.
Okay.
Well, yeah, if they're repeatedly not on time,
they wouldn't work there anymore.
That's basic.
That's actually very basic.
They do that at McDonald's.
And then that's what happens
when most of the employees
that don't come in.
They get recommended when it comes to...
They get recommended.
That's good.
Every time I visit the shop,
it's always a new face
I'd never seen before.
It's never the same employees.
Well, there's one or two here and there,
but most of the time,
I'd never seen them,
I'd never interview them or that matter.
Not that I would care, but...
Do you feel like,
you took advantage of this man because he's a sweet handsome Asian twink and I feel like he was just
taking advantage of. And I even did a racist accent of him in the beginning and that was very offensive
because now I feel bad for him. Taking advantage of no. Really? No. Because all these credit cards
are on him. You'll go work to pay your bills but you won't work to pay the credit cards to the
business. When you say pay my bills, the bills that I'm paying are for the business for me to keep
the running. But not the credit cards of the business. Not the minimum monthly payments. I have to pay for the business to keep a lot.
for us to be able to pay the credit cards.
But it's $86.
$86 for what?
It was the monthly payment in the Vura Bank.
$86.
We wasn't missing any payments.
Like I told you before.
Hold on.
Listen, listen, listen.
The thing is you missing this whole conversation
and all this thing before?
That's right.
I apologize.
I've missed everything.
I never missed a payment before.
He put all the credit.
Listen what I'm selling you.
He put all the credit cards in one day.
It's hard to keep track of nine credit cards
spread out throughout the month.
He put them all in one day.
I told you in the van.
So it wasn't just $86.
And you were fine with it.
It was $900, maybe $1,700,
it was coming out of the account
in one time.
Okay, American Express, the minimum was paid on this.
Yes.
Was not on Veribank, but was paid on this.
It is $3,621.50 cents.
Minimity payment, 178.
Like I said, they all got moved on one day.
When they were spread it around during the month,
we made them fine.
When they got moved on one day.
Fair.
Okay.
Maybe, maybe, potentially.
They were paying fine.
We never missed any payments.
Okay.
Is that true?
Because that's your credit.
Is that true?
My credit score has changed a lot.
Oh, that's interesting.
About the payments not being made.
The payments were being made for years.
We never missed a payment.
Well, by the way, spoiler.
I brought in all my employees that were here,
and I asked if I made a change in the business
and they all lost their job.
If I would still be a good boss,
they said no.
So he would actually not be a good boss.
But you said he was a good boss,
That's incorrect.
He's not their boss, so.
What?
He's not their boss, she said?
So that way it pertains to him.
I don't really care for their opinions.
They're opinionating on you, not him.
Opinionating on me?
Yeah.
Wow.
It's never been opinionated, huh?
Yeah.
Sounds messy.
Like I said,
when the credit cars got,
that's the most insane shit I've ever heard about it.
When the credit cars got moved,
that's when the problem happened.
When the dates of the credit cars got moved,
that's when the payments first got missed
and continuously getting missed.
You said that already.
I got you.
I got you on that, buddy.
I got you.
Okay, blue business.
Is this the same card or is this a different?
We have three American blue business cards.
Oh, my death.
Okay.
On here, $2,0.991.
$83.
Minimum monthly payment, 127.
Interest.
No fees.
New charges.
We're spending.
What are we charging on?
Square paid services.
That makes sense.
We're not paying for that anymore now,
right? No. Good. Yes, please cancel that. Interest is accruing, of course. These balances are
substantial. Yeah, I mean, I'm sure it's like the credit usage that is destroying your credit.
Okay, here's the third blue. Okay. Okay. I mean, this is $24,000 and $405 in $31 with the minimum monthly payment of $2,704.
Plus fees.
Okay, he's missed every month this year so far.
I thought we were only late one time because they move things around.
It just turns out when we get to the big balance, you're just not paying it.
No.
Oh?
That's when it got, when the payment got missed is because he moved them all in one day.
Okay, but so he's done that every month this year?
Before that, we were making all the payments.
So every month this year, he's done that.
No, I'm saying they've missed every month this year.
Listen, when they got moved, they were moved personally.
I got that. To that one day. Why didn't you then address that after the first mess? I did address it.
So why is it missed every month this year? Because we can't pay it. Well, that's the real answer. Thank you.
Well, I'm saying, we can't pay a big lump sum of payment like that. It's our real answer. Why did you tell me it's because he moved the date? No, you just couldn't pay this. No, you're not listening. The thing is, we moved the date. We already had these credit cards for years. We had the credit cards for years. I never missed a payment.
Okay, no one's debating that. I'm saying, after.
he moved it, that's when it changed.
When did he move it?
What is it?
Three, four months?
The first payment we missed.
No, no, no.
When did he move it?
I don't remember.
When did you move it?
I can't give an exact date.
Around three, three, four months.
Okay, three, four months ago.
So we're talking March?
And why was it missed in January, February, March, April, May?
We didn't miss anything there.
It's, buddy, it's been enough late fees to be every month this year so far.
We probably got late fees, but it was paid.
Okay, but you were late.
Okay, f*** late, but was paid.
I don't see his credit report, so I can't say 100%.
But, I mean, it's insane.
It's going to be thousands by the end of the year.
We've still paid it.
I didn't never miss the payment.
I didn't never say it was late.
I didn't ever miss a payment.
I made all the payments that was paid.
Okay, so W.
Oh, that's a car note.
For the business?
For the, yes.
The card I got repossessed.
The Sprinting.
that we spent too much money on.
Drive a Nissan Ultima?
Hmm?
Drive a Nissan Ultima?
No.
Making sure.
What do you drive?
I mean, I don't have a personal vehicle.
Camry?
Used to.
What do you drive?
Dodge.
Charger?
No.
Hornet.
Oh.
Am I missing something here?
I don't know.
Racism.
Oh.
Oh.
Looks like an SUV.
Okay.
So, I mean, you only owe, oh, you only owe 1,683 to get off.
Whose credit is it on?
Mine.
Always you, huh?
It's always me.
That sucks.
I wish any of the burden fell on your business partner.
That doesn't seem fair, does it?
I don't have nothing to say about that right now.
It's the thing about this.
I mean, there's a bunch of I can't say about it.
It's just that the fact is that if I had the credit to do it,
I would be the same thing.
It was a couple of things that happened with me on my credit that they had a problem.
You have a bankruptcy on it.
That's not very good.
Yeah.
And that's what the main thing is.
Why did you declare bankrupt?
Because.
So my, like I told you, I had 18 acres of a house that I had.
And when I was getting out from the property, you know, and I could declare bankruptcy because the fact is I wanted him to stop because I needed more time to sell to this other company.
So I declared it.
I filed it, but I never went through it.
I kind of just filed it.
And I went and sold the property after that.
I just wanted to stop them from what they were doing for.
I could be able to sell the property.
What's the Bank of America?
That's the main business checking account.
$511.
You can't, hey, just objectively, not a good boss, not an owner if your bank account balance
is negative for the business.
Okay, she finally agreed with something.
Yeah.
Right?
Okay, she agrees with this.
She thinks you're a bad boss.
Finally, she agrees with it.
Okay.
This is objective.
This is just a number.
It says in opinion, this is a number.
You are not a good business owner if your bank account balance is negative.
Thank you.
Sake.
We're zeal in our money.
So who are we selling?
That goes to, what's that?
Arcadia?
Arcadia, where you get your inventory?
Oh, yeah, yeah.
Okay.
So inventory.
Merchants, merchants.
I will say at least it's, I mean, business ship.
Verizon, two, 206 payments.
Verizon is our internet.
No, I got that, but two, two hundred six?
We were probably past two in the previous month, huh?
I don't think so.
I don't know why is that.
I don't know why I say that.
Of course, we're getting overdraft like crazy.
Then Amazon, Amazon, you know Walmart and Spectrum Mobile.
I'm pretty sure we had like over 30 overdrafts.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, yeah, it's not good.
FNBO. What's this?
That's another credit card company.
Oh, it's gone up. That's great.
because fees and interest.
That one is closed
along with the three American Express
cards because that one was because
I spoke with the representative. It was closed
because someone... Glad you closed it so they can't spend
on it. That's smart. Someone swiped
it and then it just paid the business themselves.
Yeah. No,
you should close every access to
the debt that is under your name for the business.
Time to
learn the biggest lesson of your life?
Okay, I have some advice.
Kevin should walk away.
How do you feel about that?
It doesn't bother me.
Oh.
Wow.
How does I feel, Kevin?
Walk me through it, buddy.
It doesn't bother you?
I mean, there's two things.
My life is ran in a certain way.
You know, there's two things in life you can never do.
I spend hundreds of thousands and dollars, and I have 50% of equity.
And if I walk away, you think it's just okay.
You go, Scott Free.
You stole my money and ruined my credit score.
I didn't steal your money for one.
In far as them...
You persuade me to wire you 50 grand to pay for the employees and the car wrap.
I didn't beg you to do nothing.
I didn't beg you to do anything.
Are you going to beg your stepfather or not stepfather's father-in-law from more inventory?
I'm not going to beg anybody and ask anybody for no money towards nothing.
I told you what the problem was and what was going on with the business and you elevated to be able to put into the business.
And I said, okay, thank you.
Appreciate it.
need that this is going to help out with the business.
Far as to me begging, I've never
begged anybody. I counted ten
times I gave you money. Just
because you gave me money? Because you
asked for it. No,
I... Okay.
The word beg hurts his pride
for some reason. He has full main character
syndrome in life. Yeah, I have
full main character syndrome in my life. Yeah, that's a little
real... No, it's not... Yeah, it is.
I know what I'm doing. We're just beans that exist.
Also, um...
How much was that wedding
Why?
Because it's right after I gave you the money.
No.
And you had the cruise trip, and you have the wedding plan.
The cruise trip was free, but our personal things, does I have any,
our personal things that we do never come from the business money.
It does, because everything goes through your cash app.
Please do not insinuate that at all.
I'm going to insinuate it because everything goes through your personal cash app.
I'm going to get them straight right now.
Everything does not go through my personal cash app.
All of our customers don't just pay cash app.
of nothing with the business personally ever.
No offense, but you're not the most reliable person since you literally get it.
I don't get it.
What the fuck you say, man?
The thing is, I ain't never spent nothing.
Well, you should because millions of people are listening in.
I've never,
I've never set up there and spend nothing personal.
Yeah, but you take every, but you literally pay yourself under the table.
Like, you're not a reliable source of information for what you do with your money.
I pay myself under the table because I'll use my tow truck to be able to run my own business.
With how you do it, yes.
Because I didn't pay taxes on my tow truck to be able to get somebody.
You're not a reliable person.
Your morals are questionable.
My morals are questionable.
Because I utilize my to-
Because you break the law.
Yes.
I didn't pay taxes on the time.
Because you chose-
You sound like an idiot.
That's what you sound like.
An idiot?
No, I just sound like a law
about a citizen.
No, because you sound like...
You know, you're Stutti-patutti on some things
that they're only...
Stoodie.
I follow the law.
If everyone followed the law like me,
guess what?
Things wouldn't be behind plastic things at Walgreens.
And that's why this country isn't what he is right now.
And that's why things are away it is right now.
Because people like you who don't follow the law?
No, because the fact is that...
You just said some things.
If everybody did this, nobody does that.
Nobody does that.
Do you guys follow the law?
Big law followers here.
Big fans of the law.
You're being biased when it comes to the law.
Bias for following the law?
The thing is, nobody's going to have murder or steal nothing from nobody,
nobody, period.
Now when it comes to sit up here and going to go buy something or anything like that
or going to go work for something or go do something like that,
there's hundreds of thousands of people that can work off books.
Hundreds of thousands.
Half in America works off books to big money.
Because people do,
doesn't mean I think.
Man, bro, you bring you.
in the end with working off books.
It's not the same thing.
This is just because it's breaking the law
in one way and this way is not the same thing.
You're talking about breaking the law
between smoking and between
breaking the law and working off books.
That shit sounds stupid.
And you want to get fused that sounds stupid.
That shit don't even mix.
Being louder doesn't make you right.
Being louder doesn't make you right.
Now you want to get quiet and you are the one
being up and riled at first when you say stupid shit.
Okay, that shit don't even sound right, bro.
That don't even mix.
Smoking and working off books are not the same thing.
Apples and oranges, it's not 100%.
You're right.
But if you're going to use the example
because other people do bad things I can too.
Bro, that doesn't allow.
Okay, he doesn't get it.
No, because it's stupid.
And that's why you're stuttering right now
because it's a dumb-ass answer.
My stuttering?
Come on, bro.
You just stuttered.
Huh?
Oh, my God.
Huh?
You can hear it.
I don't remember stutter.
Maybe I did.
Maybe I don't hear my own stutter.
That's okay.
But just because other people do it doesn't mean it's good.
Okay, I didn't never say it was good.
That was the example you're telling you is that you're labeling, smoking, smoking, having an heroin.
Injecting.
So working off books.
That's not the same thing.
I think we're getting sidetracked.
He's making a side track.
Anyways, can we continue with the statements?
Yes.
Your example is weird, buddy.
I don't know why you sat here and defended working off books because hundreds of
thousands of people do it.
That's insane.
Bro, here you go again on the same thing and the same stuff.
And whatsoever like that.
Put away the thing.
Just use.
You wouldn't mention it.
How are you going to say put away hair of the thing?
No, no, because it's making you very upset.
You open the door for the shit.
So I'm saying, put it away.
Because you open the door for dumb shit.
And I don't like dumb shit when people say things.
Let's close the door.
Let's close the door.
Let's close the door's close.
You're not scared anymore.
Okay.
I'm not scared.
Okay, doors closed.
It's just you're saying something that don't make sense.
The door's closed.
Calm down.
Calm down.
The door's closed.
No more.
Door's closed.
Hey,
close to home.
I get it.
Door's closed.
Okay.
You saying just because
other hundreds of thousands
of people do it
does not mean it's okay.
That's a basic
society exists
because we choose to do good
because we choose to
be decent people
and not break the law.
Here you go with the law thing.
Oh, okay, yeah.
You're still going
with the same shit.
Why don't you care about the law?
You're still going
with the same shit.
Why don't you care about the law?
The basis is.
of the law, period.
Yes.
Why don't you care about it?
You know what?
You know what?
Just because you never broke the law?
And just because you're, I'm glad you're perfect in your life.
Not, I'm Jay Warr.
I'm glad you never broke the law.
I'm glad you never did anything.
I'm sorry.
Why would I do things that hurt society?
I'm sorry.
You know, a lot of people do things that hurt society.
I'm sorry.
So that makes it okay?
You know what?
You're perfect in life.
No, I didn't say that.
You're evidently you are.
But I don't defend doing bad things.
I'm not defending.
I had to do what I need to do.
That's the defending it.
Okay.
I'm glad you're perfect.
You know, maybe you need to teach me how to be perfect like you.
Okay.
Don't break the law.
Okay.
Did you learn a lesson?
Okay.
No, because that was stupid.
I just taught you how to not break the law.
No, I'm talking about making money.
If it wasn't for people that made excuses for breaking the law,
we'd have safe cities.
Make the money that needs to be made.
I wouldn't need to call the person at the front desk to get a toothbrush.
How do you make the money to be able to get where you need to go to?
Get a job.
Okay.
But you can't work for anyone
And I'm not surprised
Look how you behave
When you're just sitting in front of a camera
Okay
I'm not surprised you said
You can't get a job
I don't think you'd last there very long
Would you?
When did I say that?
You just said he has to be his own boss
I never said he asked
I said he is
Said he ain't gonna work for nobody
It's kind of a southern accent
Because I didn't want to do a black one
I am so be racist
Brother
You have a lot of subjective things about life
Septic things about life
But you can't understand
This shit I'm saying
Or what I'm saying?
Yes, when you mumble
That's correct.
Okay.
Like I say,
you have a lot of things
that you think about life
that are not right.
And you know what I'm saying?
What I'm saying is that
What I'm saying is that was really...
This is your business partner, Kevin.
What's really happening in life, period.
I'm glad you're perfect.
He literally said he doesn't care
if he gets audited by the IRS.
And he said he's okay if I'm...
It doesn't,
which I think is fair enough
when on the onboarding conversation.
I can't change people that want to walk away.
And he can't change you.
That's why he called you a fraud
in the pre-interview.
And he's right.
There's nothing fraud about me.
He called you a fraud.
I'm calling you a fraud.
The audience will call you a fraud.
Call me a fraud.
Because the fact is, I'm going to continue doing my needs to do it.
And why she's with you? I don't know.
Because everybody know that I'm not a fraud.
Okay, everybody except for literally anyone.
All my employees are still there with me and whatsoever like that.
I'm probably, they probably got all the jobs and stuff like that.
They're all with you, except for them not working with you because they don't have the money to be able to pay them.
I have a big support team when it comes to my company.
It comes to me and comes to,
everything that we're doing.
I have a big support,
big, big support.
Is this true?
I can't verify that.
Yeah, I don't think anything he says
will ever be able to be verified.
Also, because it's off books!
Okay.
Yeah, there's a late fee on that.
You're reliable.
Truist, what's going on?
That's another bigger credit card balance
that was used for...
Let me guess.
Whose credit is it on?
All of them are under mine.
Oh, that's interesting.
Yeah.
That's something we already told you already, though.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I'm, you know, doing a...
show right now.
I'm like keeping people up with what's going on and how you're a bad person.
I'm a bad person.
You put all the responsibility and consequences on him and you have, you're not going
to have to deal with anything.
No, that's not where it's supposed to win.
That's not what it's supposed to win?
That is not way it posts to win.
The way everything is going is not.
It's like speaking your native language.
Wait, what?
Is he saying?
That is not the way it is, man, oh my gosh, brother.
Did you need water?
I'm good.
No.
That is not the way.
everything is supposed to be like
all that stuff that you're writing down
and wait. Why is it? Because
we're supposed to pay it all that off.
Like I said, we were supposed to pay it off with the SBA
loan. Guys, I was supposed
to not. We did not
get the SBA loan
because we didn't know nothing about
them not being able to loan to a
hip-company. Interest late fees. No one's surprised.
Make of America, what's going on?
That's another credit card.
Should I trigger them real quick?
Whose credit is it on?
It's undermined
What? That's crazy!
I've been giving you guys lots of insults, so let me give you a compliment.
All three of you are very attractive individuals.
Congratulations.
Good jeans.
Well done.
Okay, she's stuck on the Apple Watch thing.
That's kind of her.
Is that what she used to distract her?
No.
She's starting to misbehave.
We're still running things.
We have to keep running.
On an Apple Watch?
That makes sense without these books.
Look.
$10,000, $71.52.
Minimum monthly payment, $1,750, $62.
Late fees, interest, no one's surprise.
It's a disaster.
It's a fucking ass.
I got to go on someone else's podcast.
Uh-oh.
We've been filming a long time.
I mean, I don't think we're going to solve anything here for just being,
if we're being completely real.
Inc. $2,000, $183.
minimum. Late fees, interest, Inc., $18,936.
Interest, late fees, no one's surprised.
Bank of America, hey, at least there's not a negative balance on here,
even though the balance certainly went down.
Oh, actually, return, posted check.
I return posted check. Returned post and check.
Returned postage.
Yeah, those are the most recent transactions.
Oh, that's wonderful.
Why are we purchasing TEMU on our business?
Ricky likes to purchase things on Timu, Amazon for work-related.
I don't know what they are, but...
There were stickers for the business.
It ranges from anything.
It could be stickers.
It could be baggies.
The grocery store?
You say, we own a food truck.
Okay.
What food do you cook?
Alligator tacos.
That's the most popular one.
My fucking alligator, man.
Honestly, it's like the worst meat I've ever had.
I'll be honest.
I bet the tacos tastes good
because at least you cover it
and a lot of seasonage shit.
But alligators is just like,
it's like the most mid-food.
You should try it.
It's pretty good.
I'll try it.
cook it? Yeah.
The food. The food trucks are over there.
After filming this, I don't know if I trust what you can serve me.
I bet it's yummy.
I mean, tacos are delicious.
So listen, guys, it's such a mess in terms of you can't tell me how much it's going to cost
this one.
I can't make a budget specifically.
What I will do, the guy, our fractional CFO, I will get him to look at everything
and spend hours and give you guys the rundown.
Something that cannot be done, even if we filmed the 2R episode.
because he's going to have to spend literally like a few weeks.
Okay?
So I will lend my fractional CFO.
I've never done that before.
That is a big deal.
And it means a lot.
And you cannot be defensive.
He's going to give you the real shit.
And you cannot be defensive.
I just want to be.
Man, he's a boss.
The thing is, is that I want to make this business work.
Me too.
I want to make you work.
Listen to the fractional CFO.
He's going to work through your shit.
But here's the advice I recommend.
I'm listening.
Focus.
Pick two of those.
Yes, sir.
Kill the other ones that are not making money,
sell the assets you got,
throw them towards the debt, whatever it is, you know?
Or just put them into the business,
check an account.
Run the other ones, lean, tight, all your energy,
focus on what you do best
and what makes the most amount of money.
Stop trying to do all these different things.
People like you and me,
more entrepreneurial people,
we get excited.
We see a business opportunity.
We want to do it.
This is a flaw.
I have to stop myself constantly.
And I've surrounded myself with people who can tell me to shut the fuck up.
Because you need those kind of people around you.
You need to not get excited.
You need to focus in on a couple of the profit centers that do really well and are proven.
Okay?
That's what you're going to focus on.
You're going to take the other money, invest it into that, or just leave it on the side,
maybe even pay it back.
You might have to go through bankruptcy, man.
I explore that option.
That is a very real potential.
So we can just wipe clean.
and these business profit centers we focus on.
And you're going to run it all in QuickBooks.
It's no longer hemp tied.
So hopefully you can use something like Stripe or something.
Again, I don't know.
You've got to figure out some kind of payment servicer.
But that's the reality.
Getting away from the hemp,
maybe focus on the food truck and party bus.
Yeah, that's where we're trying.
I love that.
Let my fractional CFO clean up the mess of what is happening in the books.
He's going to need access to your cash up.
He's going to need access to all this shit.
Yeah.
Because the reality is it's a mess that's impossible for anyone to look at
and the kind of situation we're in right now.
What we focused on was just the party bus and the videography for now.
You know, we had, we stopped doing the hemp because we didn't want to keep buying
product and with the hemp business going down, facking forward.
That's why we put up a bunch of vehicles and we didn't really, it, it, it really hurts me
and it made me upset to lose the Sprinter van that we had, you know, and get it repo like that.
I get it.
but the motor didn't work and transmission went out.
Listen, I mean, I have to move on just because I have to go be on someone else's show.
Here in a bit, we've been filming a long one.
But sit down with my fractional CFO.
This is a fucking mess.
And there is a deep lack of trust here.
And it is not unfair that that is there.
You shouldn't be involved in this shit.
I don't know why the fuck you're here because it all of a sudden becomes a 2V1 thing,
which is just disgustingly unfair.
Focus on your own shit.
Let them deal with this.
Get out of it.
They handle all of that.
I don't touch anything.
You're still a part of the business and you raise your opinions, which makes no sense.
So let them focus on the business.
Sit down with my fractional CFO.
Hammer Financial Score.
I mean, it might be the first negative ever.
It's not possible.
So 0.10.
