Let the jingle bells ring. Let the jingle bells ring. The choir boy sang. Oh my god.
Hi. Hi. Hi. Nice episode. I'm so glad this is a hit so far. It's definitely a hit with
me. Yeah, it really is. It feels good. It feels nice. We're in a rhythm. Yeah, and by rhythm
I mean, this is our third episode we've recorded of the day
So we're really on a rhythm. We've done three episodes. Look, it's 12 18
Today and we've done three already. No, we can't speak to the quality, but no, I think they've been good
I think so as well. I do actually think they've been good. Good. Classic Podmas. Yeah really nice and this is gonna be more of the same I think. Yeah.
How's everyone feeling? Thanks for the love, merch etc. Merch, merch, merch. Everyone feeling good.
Yeah. Favourite things. Are you asking me what my favourite things are? Yeah. In life? Well I was
gonna do merch but then I was sort of, should we just get into it? Your favourite merch thing, I've said this before, the Nobody's Coming Harry. Like anything
with that on is my favourite. It is quite iconic isn't it? I love that so much. And
why do you love it so much? I went for a run last night in the Nobody's Coming Harry t-shirt.
Hmm, okay. But it's relegated to a running t-shirt which almost is quite rude isn't it?
Yeah mine's relegated to a sleeping t-shirt, which almost is quite rude, isn't it? Yeah, mine's relegated to a sleeping t-shirt, even worse.
We have these, we've had ours for quite a long time now, so they've kind of lost their fun.
So maybe we should reorder.
Well, almost not even they've lost their fun, they've just kind of become extensions of my body.
Yes, so true.
You know when you've had something so long that it's just like,
you're not even an object anymore, you're just a part of me.
Literally.
You're my insides out.
Do you know what we could do? This is actually
I've said this on one of the ones before but like they have a QR code on that on all of our merch
sephiandwing.co.uk you can like send it back with the QR code or whatever and then you get store
credit like just like send it back and you get the same amount that you spend back it's cyclical
just like send it back and you get the same amount that you spent back. It's cyclical fashion on. Fashion on. Finally. Okay, on that note, nice, soft, sweet, happy, nice clean
game as they say. Yeah, nice episode today. And we're getting a bit festive. Yeah. Hopefully.
I hope so. Do you feel festive yet?
Is that a thing you feel? I do, yeah.
I've been feeling festive for maybe a week or two.
Okay, that's nice.
Quite a while.
I think I started to feel a bit festive
like halfway through November.
And then I put my tree up like a week or two ago.
Maybe a week ago, just over.
Yeah.
But by the time you hear this,
it would have been like ages ago.
Yeah.
I put my tree up like mid-late November.
Your tree's up? Yeah so I just said I put my tree up like maybe two weeks ago.
That was what that whole thing I was just saying. I thought you said I got festive two weeks ago. No yes the tree's gone up. The tree's been up for ages. Jesus that feels illegal.
Maybe on the 23rd? Well because normally I would do it like the weekend before
That was essentially the weekend before Christmas so Christmas not Christmas December I just almost think if it goes up first weekend in December, it's not up for long enough
And I'm ready my mom literally does like I actually find this so bad it will genuinely
I'll probably go back like for the week of Christmas or thing on my birthday
And I'm not joking the tree will go up on like the 21st. So that is so depressing to me, no offence. It's absolutely
and it will be down. She'll be like... It's just like what's the point? It's more
hassle than it's worth. Grinch, grinch, grinch, grinch. And I want to soak up the... I want to
watch a film and look over to the distance and see the tree. I want to
I want to drink my Bailey's latte as you know and look over at the tree. I want
to look at my electricity bill at the end of the month and then look over at the tree.
I think I've just been clinging to autumn so much that I've been kind of resisting
winter. It's still here. It's not really. I'm looking outside. It definitely feels like
it's gone. One thing I've been loving about my walks with Ozzy, my dog, he's like the
size of a little toe, he's really tiny and where all the leaves fell they'd get piled
up in these huge piles that would literally be bigger than him and he's been really obsessed
with digging around them and trying to figure out what's going on in there sort of thing.
I feel like it's really brought a very romantic angle to watching my dog take a piss.
Oh my God, that's really cute.
Do you know what I mean?
Oh Ozzy.
Ozzy Dougal.
I saw a dog the other day.
Oh yeah.
It's my mom's cousin's dog and I kind of fell in love with it.
And I just.
It does look really cute.
Really cute and I think I decided,
I always wanted a Bedlington Terrier,
which was this breed of dog that I would see walking around and I didn't know I always wanted a Bedlington Terrier which was this
breed of dog that I would see walking around and I didn't know what it was and my friend
said that I like Bedlington Terriers.
Yeah and they are very good, Little Lamb, I'd love one.
I wrote it in my notes, haven't forgotten since, they look like little lambs and I love
them.
You could call it Mary, like Mary had her little lamb.
I don't know if people know about my whole thing with Mary, the name Mary.
Oh you must have said about Mary.
That it's my favorite name.
You must have.
I must have said about Mary.
We've never spoken about this because of, yeah.
My dad had a friend called Pauly,
who me and my sister like obsessed with.
Pauly, oh my God, we love Pauly so much.
And he, his mom, who we never met, like this old woman,
he told us one day that his mom was called Mary. And I just thought, oh my god, she must be the most beautiful thing
in the whole world.
Like, the name Mary.
I can see her now.
Oh my god.
Like, as a kid I was like, oh god, Mary.
So me and my sister used to play this game called Mary and Paul, where I'd be Mary, and
she would be Paul as a baby, and I would like just stroke her hair and stuff.
That's funny.
Really weird. That is really funny.
And you could call the lamb dog Mary. Mary! Oh my god I should call it Mary. I should definitely
call something Mary because like all my Tamagotchis were called Mary, all my dolls were called Mary,
I was called Mary in every imaginary game. I was just obsessed with the name Mary and then I grew
up and everyone laughed at me because they're like such a everyone sort of thought it was quite plain. It's an interesting choice. I loved it. I was thinking this I
actually can't believe I'm even gonna bring this up but if I said the name's
Matilda Durf, how would everyone feel about that? I'm so sorry. She could be called Mary.
That's what I was thinking. I was almost thinking similarly with the name
Matilda. Which I was called for a week of my life.
Matilda.
I was called Matilda.
Yeah, it's cool.
And then, I'm sorry if your name is Tilly, by the way,
just to preface, I like that as a name,
but the nurse, the midwife said to my mum,
oh, let's look at Tilly.
And my mum said, absolutely not.
We must call her Persephone.
And then you were called Poppy.
I was called Poppy and then this old man called Graham said it's not a name for a serious young woman, you must call her Persephone. And then you were called Poppy? I was called Poppy and then this old man called Graham said it's not a name for a serious
young woman, you must call her Persephone and it's a whole bloody thing.
But then they still called you Poppy your whole life.
And then they thought, yeah they're just nutters, I can't describe them, my middle name's Ketchel,
what the fuck is that?
I like that.
So it's mental, after a boxer that killed his dad or something, it's really weird.
It does give the same energy as you. Totally'll get do you know what lizzie was going
to be called if she was a boy uh maybe like jesus christ or something but you've definitely told
kind of go on napoleon napoleon isn't that literally deranged yes it is actually bully
gonna get us bullied i think my mum would have stopped that, but that has always been the law
that Lizzie was gonna be called Napoleon.
I like it for like a dog.
I think it's fucking mental.
It's actually so.
Okay, so that's a fun way to start.
Like, what is wrong with these people?
Nice.
Okay, so yeah, festive things you're looking forward to.
Just almost, you know, give me something romantic,
give me something nice. Number one, numero uno on the list ice skating oh yeah should we do that
the pavilion again 100 it's a great place to do it we went ice skating last year was really fun
that was really fun i do think i love ice skating as well i did say to my sister i was like should
we go carol singing and she was like i'm not fucking going carol singing that's fun no one
wants to do that with me though i'll do it where. Where could we do it? Brighton. I'm sure you can do it in Brighton but I don't
know if I know the words. Me neither. I think you might probably get a script. Okay. I've never done
it in my life. No I've never done it but I would love to. Yeah that's kind of all I have. I sort
of would like to do some carols and I would like to go ice skating. That's kind of all I have. I sort of would like to do some carols and I
Would like to go ice skating that's kind of all I've got carols feels really like it was insane
Yeah, that's mental. I think that's why I want to do it. Yeah, speaking of mental
Yeah, so Alice in her town. So Alice lives in a little her family live in a little village. Yeah I'm not gonna name it but I do know the name. Yeah. Yeah won't say the name
but you can easily find out the name because of this disgusting
celebrity that's moved there.
So she lives in a little village every Christmas they have a thing called Carols Around the
Tree that she goes to every year and who fucking shows up, new member of the village at Carols
Around the Tree, Boris Johnson is out there.
Boris Johnson, that is so crazy
it's not very festive worst case scenario I really need a wee oh god okay do you wanna go?
um I can hold it just go just go

Hey. How was your wee?
It was great.
Nice.
In, out.
Shake it all about.
Shake it all about, dare I say. Okay,, festive times. Well what do you want to do?
I'm not gonna say the Baileys. Yeah yeah we got that, we got that. Loud and clear. Loud and clear, Baileys.
Baileys. I think I just like spending time with people, which is a bit,
but it feels like a kind of cop-out answer,
but I think I just like,
I like the kind of spirit that it puts everyone in.
I get this similar feeling when I have,
when I get the train back from London to Brighton
and I come, I live in Brighton and I come home
and I walk around and I think,
oh, you people are so much more chirpy, like there's just a general happiness, especially
in summer people in Brighton are like generally um operating as if they're much happier to be
on the planet than people on different places, in places other where in the other, fuck me, fuck,
other places in the country. I find people in Brighton a bit
cheerful. Not that cheerful, but like, there's just a general niceness.
You're by the beach in the sun.
You're by the beach in the sun sometimes and that makes people feel good. Or like, you're
kind of walking through the lanes and there's like cakes everywhere. It's like, ooh, okay,
it's a bit woolly wonky, it's a bit chocolate factory living in Brighton. It's a bit kind
of like, whoa, it's a feast for the senses. There's a lot going on. There's, you know, like you can see the sea at all times. That's really nice. And I feel,
as much as everyone's extremely depressed, I do feel like at the end of the year, there is a bit
of sense, there is like a sense of like niceness. Almost, I think, just kind of in that like Christmas film angle. I think it makes people really reflective
And a little bit more free with their love that they give. I think it's the time of free love
I think it makes people be a bit more like
Loving which I like. Yeah, I think people, you know
They're a little bit they've had a few Bailey's and they're feeling good and they get a bit nice and I like that
Yeah, it's like back in the day back in the pandemic whenever I'm talking about banana bread
Like these are my favorite times when the general messaging just gets a little bit softer and a bit nicer
Yeah, that really is good for my soul. It does feel like everyone's been nicer, doesn't it? Yeah
Do you know what? I might try and this isn't to do with people being nice, but I was sort of just thinking about like oh Yeah people
mmm, there's
So in my in my town like my hometown
People will go out on Christmas Eve like there's a big old boozer and I never go
Oh, yeah, it's like all the people from school. Yes, and I went for like two hours just to sort of see it
Yeah, like I used to go a bit when I was younger
But like, you know, it's not really thing. Like I go back to my family really. But
I have one friend that still goes like every year and it's just so fascinating
to see it. Like you know when you have that reunion kind of thing. Yeah. Where it's like
God I'm seeing people. That I haven't seen in a hundred years. And I suddenly got the feeling of like
oh I might do that this year. Again just for like a couple hours just to sort of witness
100% I really like it. It feels very um, it's always a bit weird It's how we've broken through that it feels a bit meta or like fourth wall breaking
It's like oh all this structure that we've been following all year all kind of falls apart
Like we're all just kind of being but weird tonight and everyone's like on top of each other
I don't know. I just really like it. yeah and kind of you're sitting
around playing with all your sort of board games and stuff that you've got. oh well I
love a game. I love a game as well I've kind of me and my sister played
Monopoly last year we had like... I fucking love Monopoly. love Monopoly. our Christmas's are
never like there's a lot lot lot of stress like I feel like everyone has like stress and like obviously we know Christmas is like such a
big thing but I do feel like there's some crazy shit that usually goes down at my Christmases
and me and my sister like sort of tried to reclaim it right at the end we were like okay
let's just like have a moment where we... I got the my favourite cheese vegan cheese
brand Honestly Tasty. So good. moment where we got the my favorite cheese vegan cheese brand honestly tasty so good and actually quite a lot of you guys recommended I am not okay
they do like a truffle like a black truffle vegan cheese so fucking good
but I do think honestly tasty is my absolute favorite like I love it so
much we got like loads of that had some red wine like and played Monopoly in the
evening and that was
one of my favourite bits of last Christmas just to be like okay it's been a shit show, let's just have
like a nice sort of like hour in the evening or like two fucking three hours because Monopoly just
goes on and on and on yeah but that was quite nice. So Scrabble is a good one. Scrabble is a good one. Scrabble is a great one in fact, which I know you guys will be good at Scrabble.
Scrabble. It's so good. I haven't played that in years. It's just good when it's almost like oh you just need a bit of movement.
It just kind of shakes the pan up a little bit. It's almost like Alice for example, second mention in this same episode. It's crazy, so influential.
I remember her saying about the word furcal,
sausages in a pan, they just need a little furcal.
That's mental.
Yeah, and so sometimes sausages in a pan,
sometimes in these social settings,
you need a little furcal.
It's not groundbreaking stuff,
play Monopoly, play Scrabble, but it definitely works.
I would have completely forgotten.
I haven't seen her cook sausages in a while.
And I feel like I've forgotten that that's what she says.
Ferkel, I remember her being like,
just give them a Ferkel.
And I was like, what are you?
What the fuck are you saying?
And then we really held it for a while.
We spoke about Ferkel for a long time.
I was like, Alice, you've taught me a word.
Do you know a word she also taught me?
Which I know this is a bit more of a common word,
but it was the first time I ever encountered it. And and I thought what the fuck is wrong with this girl?
Ramekin? Ramekin! That was one that I thought I've never heard someone talk about a goo dish.
It's the goo that's what I was gonna say it's the goo ramekins. Yeah. I also think this is a recent
well whatever I don't need to preface every new thought, do I?
What was the timeline of you enjoying this thing?
Do you know what I mean? But I have been thinking recently, and something I feel like I even
say to people in my real life is like, and it's kind of you with the monopoly, and it's
obviously never this easy, and I don't necessarily believe in the idea of like, if you want to
have, be happy, just decide to be happy. Like, I don't think believe in the idea of like, if you wanna be happy, just decide to be happy.
Like I don't think that's necessarily true,
but I do think when it comes to like ideas of like Christmas
or the end of the year, just general festivities,
which I always love to be a part of,
it's kind of nobody's coming, Harry.
Don't wait around for other people to like give you
permission to start this new thing or have fun doing this
or don't wait around for something.
You are allowed to create these moments and do these things. You can be the one to be like,
hey, should we do this? Or you can be the one to be like, hmm, I think this is the first year that
I do the tradition of ice skating at the pavilion or whatever. As you get older older it's nice to know that like you're the one in control
of like setting up these new like rituals yeah completely and like owning
the control as an adult over your own life of being like okay maybe you're at
home like maybe you're back like living with like your parents or whatever for
the for the week or whatever it may be but there will be as you get older you're gaining more control and more ways that
you can like introduce things you actually enjoy into your life so own
that yeah especially as I feel like the generations above I don't know
the generations above me definitely have an addiction to misery
they're like fucking love it they're addicted like, bleakness and moaning. And I really do think this fits
into the middle class vibe of my mum's family. Oh well it's working class as well so don't
worry about that, I think it's gone everywhere. Well I think there's something quite specific
about the obsession with, it's not misery, but like things being like fine. Just like this, everything
here is just fine. It's not good. It's not bad. It's just like as it should be. It's
in the middle and it's fine. We won't complain. We won't say it's good. We'll just be sitting
in the middle. We'll get through the day and that will be it.
Interesting. Yeah.
And I feel like that is something that is specifically, I can identify in my mom's side of the family
and that is a tradition that I am dying to break.
A tradition of fineness.
Dying to break.
I've just like, well we got through that
and that was absolutely fine.
Everything was just no comment.
Lunch, no comment, everything no comment.
And I think it's like, I really think that Christmas
is a time that, and then followed straight away
by my birthday, of like, I would like to like,
do a nice thing.
Would that be against the rules?
To do like,
to enjoy something.
A nice thing.
To actively have fun.
I'm doing that to be nice, it is nice,
we're also doing it, and then afterwards,
we might say, that was nice.
You know?
Is that too much to ask? I kind of, I'm gonna bring up Zoe Sugg again like I did in the other one,
but it kind of does remind me of the way that I feel like Zoe Sugg and L.F.E. Days I'll say
are raising their kids. I kind of want to treat myself how Zoe Sugg treats Otterly Rudeys.
Yeah. I kind of, because it feels like a start,
and they're packing their lives full of so much love
and fun and really engaging them in their learning.
Do you know what I mean?
I feel like they really prioritise these kids' experiences.
Do you know what I mean?
It all feels very engaging,
and I feel like it's nice to remember that, oh I can I can fill my time out with nice things. You know?
Yeah. Just take a leaf out of Otterly Roo Day's book. And what's the younger one?
Novy Nell? Novy Nell Day. It's crazy to know the middle names. I'm frozen are you? Yeah it's
really cold actually. Might have to go grab my Matilda jacket. I'm frozen a year. Yeah it's really cold actually, I might have to go grab my
Matilda Jeff dressing gown. I hate that this has become so much of a thing it's actually
like impossible to get away from. It's a joke. The thing is when you get a new thing it's
like look it's not just exciting for one day, it's exciting for- oh my god for a lifetime.
Matilda Jeff dressing gown isn't just for a day, it's not just for Christmas, it's for
life. Yeah, it's forever. I'm getting a special um hook I need to get a sort of
command strip hook to go on my door to specifically hang it up because I don't want it in my wardrobe
I want it out in the room. Oh yeah. Yeah it needs to be out on display really maybe we
could frame them and then when we're not wearing them they're framed and then we take them
down. I think we should take a photo of us in them and frame that.
Frame it! Yes, that's a good idea.
I've got a lot of photos of Sefi on my fridge actually.
You do, you have this photo.
You have this.
Yeah, it's literally just a strip.
I got two copies of it randomly.
It was when Wing was having a massage at an event.
Really stunning.
Sefi had already had hers.
I had already had mine.
I went downstairs there as a photo but I thought, don't mind if I do. printed off two and I thought Wyn can have one of
those. I literally said do you mind if I take that and put it on my fridge. yeah no I love
it. I love looking at um I went to Wyn's house actually have I said this after that day?
uh no don't think so. I went to Wyn's house I got to Wyn's house at like the one in the
morning. maybe yeah. and I loved it like you made me beans on toast and stuff
and I was looking at the fridge being like,
God, I love how much, I was like, a shrine.
It's a lot of things of Sefi on her own.
It's really like, that's my kid.
Yeah, I love it.
But that's why when you had those ones,
I was like, oh Jesus, you know where they'd be good?
On my fridge.
They would be good.
Christmas films? yeah but I feel like we could do another one on that. but maybe we should. one tradition I do have actually yeah is Christmas films. okay right same. Okay, right. Same. What's your favourite Christmas film?
No, but actually though, as in I have the tradition, it's not really a tradition, but
it's definitely I make an effort every December to whenever I'm at home watching something
it's always like we'll put a Christmas film on and there are a few big hitters that we
need to get through. So last night we had Philosopher's
Stone on. Right so I guess it is a Christmas film but I wouldn't... I wouldn't
target it. Target it. I wouldn't consider it's demographic to be elves. I wouldn't
target it at Christmas. I wouldn't yeah it's a lovely film in its own light. It fits
within. And it fits beautifully at Christmas because you get lovely snowy
Wintery Christmasy scenes and it has that like homely
cozy
They open presents in the film. They open presents and also just like that opening music is like, oh, I'm five years old
It's so beautiful. I'm a baby at home and it's Christmas. It just feels really nice
So we did those and then I'm also going to um, has anyone been to the Rivoli? What's the Rivoli?
I'm probably saying it wrong, but it's a
It's an old ballroom from like the 60s or maybe the 50s in London and they do
cinema like
in London and they do cinema like things at Christmas. That's fun, when are you going there?
On like the 20th or something.
The Rivoli.
The Rivoli, I think it's called the Rivoli
but it's a bit last night, it's Soho vibes.
Oh, well that's stunning.
It's kind of like an old thing
that's definitely like not gonna be good quol cinema vibes.
Yeah, yeah.
But more just fun to do and I really,
I really love a Christmas
film. Shut everybody up, sit down, crush your legs, mouths closed, phones off, everybody
just... Phones off and that is creepy actually. Just shut your mouth, stop moaning now and
you can sit and watch a Christmas film. And I like getting into the spirit like that.
Oh my god that's so fun. That's why I need the tree on like a couple of weeks ago because it's like I need to really be immersed. Yeah. Now
the Christmas mug has come out. Do you know, here's the whole thing. So true and that is
what the advent calendar is my first taste of this. Getting immersed. Maybe I should
get like a little tree or something here. That'd be so cute or like I have some silly silly little um decorations that are like a little Chinese
like takeaway box with chopsticks oh yeah yeah and like a little hot dog and like little silly
like almost like even if you're not going to do a tree but like you can do something
kind of Christmassy but it's kind of the bit in Shrek where the um fairy godmother is like making
all the stuff come to life.
It's like, that's me come alive.
That's me going into Christmas.
It's like, suddenly I've got all these things coming out.
I'm like, oh, my Christmas mug.
I haven't seen you in a year.
And oh my god, all these things start happening.
Yeah.
We've got a green, a traffic cone painted green
with tinsel all around it. That's good.
I like that. I don't know who made
it but it was in the cupboard I think some art students lived here before. Yeah. But
one of my housemates made like an angel out of cardboard to go on the top of it. I love
that. It's quite, it's like obviously quite bizarre but like it looks quite good. I love
that. And it has like little baubles on like elastic bands all around it. That's really
nice. It's quite weird
but like that's the closest thing i've got but i kind of would love like a tree as well. yeah it's
a bit extra i think. like a mini tree? a mini tree yeah. like a bush. you know i'm not on
pictures like a seven footer. or just even put some baubles on my plants. exactly i think that's the
thing yeah i've seen actually there are some people putting baubles on their plants like outside their houses
We just really like. We do that outside our house. It's really nice
We put like these it's quite annoying actually I guess for other people
Maybe it's not but we put these little bells on our tree outside. Oh, it's so cute
Mmm, and it like I love that. We've done that like once probably
Really like just like what the reason the thing I like about it is people just being like right stop me moaning now
Yeah, like just suck it up and have some fun. I don't know why I feel like I have a lot of anger
I think from my childhood of like why are you people
so
obsessed with misery.
Yeah, I hate you
obsessed with misery. I hate you! No genuinely! Like never. No but kind of like stop. Can we actually have a good time? No actually. Well there's nothing stopping us from having a nice time here other than the absolute obsession with the fact that this cannot be nice.
An obsession with almost like taking yourself too serious or being like what would I bother with a tree for? That sort of stuff. Do you know what I mean?
Or just have to take it down or just cause a mess.
What's like almost and it is kind of that thing of like not seeing yourself as
like valid enough to do a nice thing. Almost you're not deserving of having a tree in your room.
So it's like I don't need any of that. I don't need any of that fuss.
Yeah but it's like no why don't you just enjoy yourself?
Yeah, I think it is that
You asking for anything for Christmas this year? Like are you what are you hoping to get?
Now I'm down to the real nitty-gritty of Christmas You know what a lot of people said I want a sepia and wing gift guide and I was quite shocked
Okay, I thought you guys would have hated the concept of a gift guide for us
I don't know what we'd put on there. I know number one.
Go on. What?
Harry's screaming it right now.
What?
We need to have a dressy guy.
Oh Jesus Christ. Well, should we do it? Should I make a little gift guide for us?
Yeah. That'd be really fun.
Maybe send me a list.
Yeah. And check it twice.
And check it twice and I'll make a cute little thing. It would be cute.
Yeah, it'd be really fun.
Alright, you know what it would have been cute for? Getting sponsored.
Would be really cute, but I won't.
What are you asking for?
I don't really know what I want.
My mum said she would get me a haircut.
From times?
My cousin's a hairdresser and she was like,
oh I'll get you a haircut from her. That's good. I do need a haircut, I haven't had a haircut
since pre-pandemic so guys that is kind of needed. Bloody hell. Yeah I just cut it myself but like
that would be quite good. I mean so I am too honest. But then also something I do kind of want,
so but this is like expensive so it would be like Christmas and birthday I think. Okay, lucky for you they come within the same few days so. Well yeah
they always get fucking grouped and I'd have to pool a few people in for this.
Okay. Because I think it's like 150 200. Alright. So my uni has next to it a
sports park. Okay. And that has a swimming pool in there. No way, okay. There's a pool and I kind of
want the membership. Good for you. But I, because then it would be really nice to be
able to swim. That would be nice to be able to swim there. To add that into my routine
here. That would be lovely. But I also, it's a bit of a boring thing to get. Oh no, I think
that's a really, I think memberships are a really good present. It would really impact
my actual life being like, okay, I can
Let right now just go and swim that'll be oh god. It would actually be so fucking nice
I'm definitely gonna ask for that. Yeah, you should that's like the only thing that I'm thinking like that was a thing that I saw that
I was like I wouldn't get that for myself, but I really want that
That's which I feel like that's kind of my essence of gifts. It's like I wouldn't get that
But I want it. You know what another thing I'm really looking forward to this more of like a practical thing that I want to do
And I actually haven't run this by my boyfriend yet, but he's a big part of it
If anything, he's the biggest part of it
Yeah, it's the fundamental part of the basic part of it is just generic just bake some Christmasy cookies
Decorate them really nice normal whatever not interesting. But I'm sure he wouldn't care.
We have like a, Hunt is not 100 year old,
but we have this recipe book in the kitchen
from like probably 2004 or something,
that was his nan's, his nan has since passed away,
everybody touch wood for her.
Yeah, same.
And one of the things that she used to make,
it's like, I think it's all desserts,
or I think it's called like desserts
Cookies and biscuits or something. You've seen it in my kitchen. It's something like that. It's called like biscuits and cake or something
It's something like that and there's she would always apparently I never met her but she would always make these chocolate
It's like chocolate shortbread
So I really want us
I've got some like cookie cutter things,
like we can make like star shapes and stuff. I really want us to make them and then when
we go to see everyone we can give them out if we make extra.
I would love that. That's so nice. So you're going to see his family on Christmas.
Not on Christmas day but in that kind of liminal space in between.
On my birthday, liminal space. Yeah, on my birthday, like that sort of kind of hergatory.
That's really, really nice.
I thought that would be nice because-
Oh my goodness, that's so sweet.
They've got a real sentimental value to them, these chocolate shortbread things, and they
are really fucking good.
So I'm really into it, not in a kind of loving way, but in the kind of way that I get to
eat loads of chocolate biscuits.
But I haven't said that to him, but I think that'll go down very well.
Oh my god, that's such a good idea.
Yeah, quite nice.
Okay.
Well, that was nice.
Alright.
Yeah, that's got-
It was literally-
That has actually got me in the mood a little bit.
Has it?
Yeah.
That's good.
I feel quite like, okay, like-
Yeah, alright.
Christmas.
Alright, fine, Christmas, okay, your thing.
Time's up.
I can do this.
I love it.
Yeah, no, I- boy boy do I love it. Did you
used to get the thing where you literally would be sick overnight like couldn't sleep
like oh my god. 100%. Even when people would be like it's three sleeps until Christmas
I'd be like oh my god I'm gonna be sick. Like actually crazy. I saw a thing in Asda it was
like a big thing it said it was like a number that changed like something something sleeps till Christmas and it was 25 sleeps to
Christmas and I was like why does that actually make me want to throw up? That is so exciting I would love I mean if I had kids it would be game over
100% they would be like they'd be throwing up and so would I. Okay that was really nice that was very jingle bells let them
ring etc vibes. I'm so cold I feel like I can't get my words out as well so sorry
about that but. Oh god. It's just the price. She's seizing up. That's how I feel. So cold that I can't get my words out is not a good sign. I'm warm actually.
My feet are cold but they're always frozen. It's because I went to the my words out is not a good sign. I'm warm actually, like my feet are cold, but they're always cold.
I'm frozen, it's cause I went to the,
well it's not important, I went to the toilet
halfway through the episode, I went for a wee,
and it's freezing in the bathroom
cause the window is open from a previous shower,
therefore that kind of cooled me down now,
I haven't come back to life yet.
Anyway, alright.
