Other than the Panthers, who you think you're going to be real good this year?
Panthers, Panthers, Panthers, Paters, keep pounding.
When the guys?
Chris.
Come on.
Oh, hey.
Hey.
Oh.
Hey.
So do you pack other clothes?
No, you just go home wet.
It's cool.
It's cool.
One time I flew private, me and two buddies were going to Vegas, I think.
And this month is flying the plane turns on the top gun theme.
song as we're, as we're accelerating to take off.
And as we take off, he's like, looking back now.
And I'm like, look at the fucking road, man.
Look at the road.
Yo, y'all are hell.
We've been waiting for this moment for a long time.
Long time coming.
It is about time.
Long time coming.
It's like Captain Planet in this motherfucker right now.
It's for our room and this green light.
And one of my favorite pocket.
Really just a fabulous podcast, guys that I happen to like a lot.
And one of my former teammates is one of the guys that started it.
And I want to introduce you to all the guys here now.
They have driven, they have flown to Charlottesville, Virginia, not an easy task.
Hell no.
Hell no.
No.
But they're here.
King Dunlap sat in economy, I assume, because there's no first class on the last leg of that.
The eggs of the rose were at least somewhat fitable.
Combinator.
Yeah.
I could get in and buckle up, so.
You're sitting down, give the people height and weight.
All right now, we'll say 610, 325.
Okay.
So you're listed at 6.8 and a half of you grown?
You got to lose to 40.
I never put so.
It's like an NBA thing.
You know how the NBA guys are trying to be shorter?
No, I actually never put my real height down.
That's what they measured me for the combine.
I just told them, just keep it.
I was taller than what I was listening at.
That's gangster.
Just be like, yeah, that's enough.
That's cool.
That's plenty.
Just leave it.
So there's King Dunlap.
King Dunlap was an awesome tackle played decade in the league plus what 11 did you do 11?
No I got right at nine no right at nine decade in the league I round up for dudes man because he fucking that feels like two decades
Philly San Diego
Auburn dudes here Bates as well Darren Bates one of my favorite teammates of all time and
So so before we continue the introduction
What the fuck is this far? You got too much
Brow
Alex Sweet over here
What's up?
What's up?
Jalen,
LosU Tiger.
Okay.
So do the house cleaning to do.
So do the house cleaning.
And I'll tell you what happened.
Who needs to do this?
I'll tell you guys.
They're taking down my...
They're taking down my Bama flag.
It's not going to stop my son from being a preferred walk on.
That's great.
At Bama.
You can't wish you a Scali-on?
Well, sure.
Yeah, but my youngest star, she's got.
at WMBA written all over.
Okay.
So it's the dog.
You got his way.
Go on get there, bro.
Take care of it, man.
Yeah, we can't have it.
Yeah, King.
That's hilarious.
The guy that gets the stuff on the top shelf
at the grocery store.
Why you let this happen?
Hey, man.
So I'll tell you what happened, guys.
And it could happen to any of us, really.
No.
No.
That would have never happened.
We made a decision.
Elyn Collins, LSU,
Corner.
We played on the biggest stage against each other.
Falcons and Alex Sweet.
Where'd you go to school, Alex?
University of Memphis.
You went to Memphis.
I'm Memphis through and through.
Memphis.
We all tight school of Memphis, but yeah.
All tigers.
Go tagga.
Derek Rose.
So what happened was,
what happened?
I went to Tuscaloosa for a game.
I went to the LSU game two years ago.
And let me tell you that is a wonderful place.
You can admit that much.
They all said, no,
Iscaloosa is a wonderful place.
We were talking about this earlier.
They didn't say,
They don't see the jazz in that place.
Maybe you need a handful of mushrooms
and a full stadium walk into that mother fucking
because when I walk through the hallway,
60 minutes before the game got to my seat,
the place is full.
It looked like the movie Forrest Gump.
Like, it was crazy.
It was nuts.
I just, the people that, yeah, there's a mystique, man.
And, you know, I came away and I was like,
I want my kids to go to Alabama.
So here's your chance to talk me out of that.
So this is what I'm saying.
How many of the SEC state of the game?
I've been to Baton Rouge, so I'll get to that.
You been to Baton Rouge?
Been to Baton Rouge.
Okay.
Where else?
But you went to the Abama game, you said?
Alabama, yeah.
It was two years ago.
Jaylor Millville?
Yes.
And then I went a year ago or...
Come in this year.
Okay.
It was raining when I went to Baton Rouge.
It was raining too much, personally, from my liking.
Okay.
I think it's just the, you know, see, we talked about this early about, you know, when you get
movie references, it can be for anything.
Mm-hmm.
Like, when I think about Auburn, I think about Auburn, I think.
I think about, you know, God's land.
You think God's land?
There we go.
The planes.
It's like God comes God.
It's beautiful.
It is.
You know, we got.
The planes?
Yeah, the plains.
I heard that it's not a remarkable place from a standpoint of like the way it looks.
Auburn, Alabama.
Who?
Like, it's just kind of unremarkable geologically.
You're talking about the school?
Is that where it located?
Just kind of the setting.
Auburn and Alabama.
You know how you land.
here and there's mountains and there's geological features that...
He's saying as a whole.
It's flat.
Collective.
You got to drive around a little bit?
Damn.
It's just not, you know.
Tuscaloosa is flat now, too, though.
But they got-
What makes that?
The mystique.
Y'all just don't have...
You write, though.
No.
I didn't feel it either.
Mistique.
We don't have the mystique.
Not the same mystique.
See, that's...
You got a mini mystique.
It is.
A mini mystique?
Damn, brother.
Let them just like that.
That's what I'm saying.
We have a micro mystique here.
No, there's nothing.
We drove by the stadium and didn't realize we were driving by the stadium.
Yes, that's what I'm saying.
First of all, you want to talk about, we can drive by a stadium.
You get on a college campus, no matter if you're playing football, basketball, soccer,
visiting your kids, you're going to see a football stadium.
You go to drive around that bit three times.
It's like Greenback.
I saw Interimals before I saw that.
You did?
You're not.
You're not.
We had to play.
We had to pull out the maps and I was like, God.
Drove right by trees.
Yeah, we hold 66K.
It's all right.
60K.
You all ain't had 66K.
66K.
66,000 strong.
Yeah.
No, but we're not the SEC.
No, yeah, yeah.
That's what I'm saying?
That's the mystique from you coming from outside of the SEC.
Now, LSU.
You don't know the, you probably want to go to Texas A&M, huh?
No, I didn't.
No, no way, dude.
The whole midnight yell thing.
Yeah.
It's a total turnoff, dude.
Come on that.
People say texting them guys are a little different.
Oh, they are a bunch of losers, but yeah.
You said it.
A bunch of meatwatchers.
Meadwatchers.
And meatwatchers.
That's the last time of meat washing national champion.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
Champion, champion.
Not like that.
No.
No.
Well.
He said, wait, what?
So we'll talk about the SEC in a little bit because we're going to do a little exercise
where we pick, pick an associative player.
the player you first associate with the school will do that in a little bit but i want to talk to
to bates because bates is the only guy on set with a real fucking job we're all just fine what's your
other real job what's your other so i am in sales okay that's a real ass job it's a real this is the real
job this is i have a employer what are you selling um i sell a pharmaceutical program okay okay
Okay.
Pushing that dope.
You know, I'm going to move that.
I'm going to move that.
Nice.
You said, you know.
Adderall.
Is that true?
Bates is a coach for the Carolina Panthers, which I think is really fucking cool.
I did not have you, like, when you played, I know that if you decided to coach, you would be a great coach.
But it never struck me as, like, you becoming a coach.
You was around me young.
Yeah, I was around young bates, dude.
Like, oh, yeah, he ain't on.
But we still see young Bates on.
sideline i always talk about how you get in the shot every every shot dude i asked
derrick brown about that he's like the tv finds baits you know like i said it's energy well we all know
you know what we all know what i'm saying you know what i'm saying so tell the people your title for
the panthers uh i am the assistant special team coordinator and also linebacker assistant coach
he was one of the best teamers ever dude that he was him and ray ray armstrong dude you used to just
be like go get him so my yep sure i'm a dog and they used to just go gang
up on whoever it was, bro.
Hell yeah.
That was fun time.
Hell yeah, dude.
Especially doing that shit
and seeing y'all as vets
posted up on the sideline waiting.
To watch you guys, dude.
That's how you know you got a good special teams unit
is if everybody's on the sideline
watching them.
We used to watch you guys.
And they always say you can tell how good a team is
by how they cover kicks.
And I feel like that's a truism too.
And the Panthers had a great year this year.
You guys had a great year.
You had some, you know, started down,
but we got it together.
You know what I said?
and ended on a positive note.
What the playoffs feel like, dude.
Felt great being back in that way.
Yeah.
It was tough.
What?
Yeah.
That shit.
We went.
I said, that best was jumping.
Yeah.
That best was jumping.
I grew up a Panthers fan.
I've never seen,
I haven't seen that building that full since I was a fan.
That shit was rock.
Or since Cam Newton.
The whole neighborhood.
I mean, it's not the whole neighborhood.
But it felt like, you know what I'm saying?
You're always around there.
But the city, the community, you know what I'm saying?
Got signs up.
You know what I'm saying?
Writing on the window.
You know what I'm saying?
and gold panthers, all that shit.
The whole block is lit.
It was just, you know what I'm saying?
You can feel the playoffs, feel the atmosphere, feel the, you know what I'm saying?
The energy in the community and just, you know what I'm saying?
They reflected in the way they showed up to the stadium and rocked that motherfucker out.
It was awesome.
Yeah, yeah.
It was awesome.
Because you played L.A. the first time beat them, people were like, I don't know,
that was kind of fluky.
And then y'all toe to toe again.
Yeah, yeah.
So I'm a big Bryce Young fan here.
We always talk about Bryce Young.
Yeah, yeah.
Ice Young.
Is he pretty chill?
Oh yeah
Yeah, like cool his head
Like the other side of pillow for real
Do guys
Have you
Because you were a shit talker when you played
Coaches talking shit
It's kind of like a gray area
Yeah
Yeah
Is your policy
You're not gonna talk
Unless somebody talks to you
No
No
I pretty shit
You know what I'm saying
Has anybody
Do people talk shit to you?
Oh yeah
Yeah
Like, who was it, Luke Gifford, just random.
I'm over here trying to coach somebody up from, you know,
doing my, hey, boy, he made sure you got to,
he said something, he said something to me.
Hey, bro, what the fuck?
It was a quick one.
Call me out of guard.
I'm in the middle of coaching somebody up,
and you just shot at me.
I'm on your ass.
You know what I'm on your ass.
So I'm on your ass.
I mean, I picked, you know, here,
they're just fucking for guys.
But now my thing is, you know, some, you know,
pre-snap conversation.
Pre-snap conversation.
pre-snap conversations just to get in somebody's head yeah yeah the pre-knit that was
is there a go-to question or comment just say your name real aggressive in fact just say your name
dude they got them all right so i got questions for coaches man because i you know you're you're
now you're in it and i want to know how it really goes do you guys go upstairs and just
shit all over the players is that what happens you know how we used to imagine you know how we used to
Imagine it?
Yeah.
You go home and have a shitty practice, you fuck up an assignment?
No, no.
Like, how does it go upstairs?
Do you guys like, what the, are you guys like, what the, say this guy's been making mistakes?
I mean, come on.
Even you as a teammate, if you got the, if your tackle's making the same mistake, not running the me game, you're going to be like, all right, bro.
Yeah.
You keep on fucking, all right.
Have the same thing upstairs.
You don't see this puller?
Okay.
All right, this is seven times.
Yeah, yeah.
Same shit.
You know what I'm saying?
Yeah.
Still ain't seeing that plunger.
Yeah.
Do you think that players now are different psychologically than we were even 10 years ago?
Yeah, because me and King came in when it was the old NFL.
We had two days.
I feel like it was just more hungry.
Like, you just felt it.
Yeah.
You felt that it was more pressure on everybody from draft picks on down to, you know, undraft the guys.
I don't know if they sensed the pressure maybe because of the NIL or whatever.
you know what I'm saying I think I also go with not knowing like who came before you and yeah how
shit was done yeah like my I feel like my guys my age knew about guys that was coming out in 04 03 02
or 1 you know what I'm saying you watch those guys you watch you knew about how hard they
grinded and like you not look forward to it but you knew it was about to happen yeah you know
yeah oh yeah you're ready to take that bitch on now you know what I'm saying they you're
done with training camera about five six o'clock yeah it's not your whole life's not ball either yeah it's not ball either yeah it's
Yeah, yeah, the whole light, now, ball, you don't have to, you don't have to pressure, like, saying, like, I got to make it.
Yeah.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, to piggyback off of what he said, as a coach now, and I assume, like, I mean, you just finish playing.
Guys probably think, like, you're a player coach.
How do you handle those situations that maybe, like, frustrate you to the point that kind of makes you want to get out of character?
Like, if you do see your players that you're coaching and you're like, you're saying, like, yo, don't do this.
or like this is going to come up and like you mess up again.
Like how do you handle that now?
Yeah, what's your coaching style?
If I was a player, what would I say about Bates?
Is he tough on us?
Yeah, I would say, yeah, I can't be like, I'm cool off the rip, you know.
Hey, make sure you set the edge.
You got outside of contain.
Don't go inside now.
Yeah.
Because you're a contain player.
Do you say?
I told you this this morning than 930 though.
Yes.
And I know my child Tracy, Tracy's like, you know, they go through all these meetings after they meet with us
and forget, in my mind, fuck that.
Yeah, dude.
I don't give a fuck about.
I just got to tell you once.
I just got to tell you one time.
I don't get it on your tape.
I don't get it before you got to put that bitch
in you draw like little giants,
how do you do it?
Just know when we're going on kickoff,
you don't take your ass inside.
That's when I get to, you know what I'm saying?
Yeah.
After a while, it's like, all right, bro.
No, I get it.
That's when we have a moment.
Yeah.
We freeze in the tape.
When you freeze the tape,
everybody tightens up.
Yeah, because then it's like, that's when I get in my speech bag.
Yeah.
Because I'm probably not just one person making mistakes over and over.
It's like, all right, now.
We need to talk to the whole motherfucking group now.
Do you have a vet that you can make an example out of?
Like, in New England.
In the positive?
Yeah, like, no, I'm saying, like, hey, I'm going to yell at you
because I can't yell at some of the younger guys.
I'm going to get you.
Yeah.
You got a guy like that.
I'm not going to have a couple, but.
Because Bill used to, in New England, he used to fucking yell at, like, the best players.
I think it's yes I agree I definitely got one guy for sure but I don't even think he
know he doesn't know he just thinks he's fucking up a lot no no you didn't put
the massage and say yo I'm a so it's like I know he gonna really try hard to you know
what I'm saying he gonna do he gonna actually do it yeah if he is even if it's not like
at the main issue we're doing a special team 103 now you know what I'm saying like I'm
teaching you some other shit yeah you know what I'm saying but I might use that example or I
I might text him, be like, hey, I'm about to talk about so-and-so today.
I'm calling you, give you a perspective on it.
Yeah.
That's how he knows.
Make me look good, bro.
Yeah, I throw him out of you.
But I show him positive.
You know, so I show him positive of him doing other shit.
And then just maybe so happened, I'm like, hey, make sure you do the, then show the next day or later
in that day in post practice, hey, this is how you do it.
This is how you give it.
This is how you be a pro.
This is how you, you know what I'm saying?
Don't make the same mistakes over and over.
Does that work for you though as a player?
What I mean like when the older guy?
Okay so like base they work for you when you saw Chris getting here at the locker room
Like oh shit let me tighten up like does that work?
Yeah, like the vet gets it for the smart for the smart younger guys or like I was like a strong like a practice squad or third string guy if you smart
You paying attention to everything and whatever he's getting yelled at for like let me tie my shit
Damned if you get that shit wrong because they're gonna be like bruh we just
just fucking yelled at the best player in the room about this.
That means you weren't paying, like you weren't listening.
Because of all people, you?
Like, because that's how it be like, I mean, guys,
if you're drafted, if you have a big contract,
you got a bigger leeway, you could mess up three or four times
in a week and still be starting and no one bad eye.
But if you practice squad or you're younger guys.
That's what I get frustrated at those guys.
Right.
Yeah.
keep on making the same state you only get so many opportunities really bro i'm showing you we're
showing you this special team we're talking yeah right i get office and defense i understand
but that's the key for you're on the edge yeah you're on that you're on the margins of the
roster no that's the first thing you got to know too as a young guy like the only way you getting
on the field if you're not a drafted guy even if you are a drafted guy like you have to crack a
fucking start and spot on one of the special because even if you don't think like that and if you
think you're gonna be oh i'm just gonna crack the d line like if you feel like you just gonna be a
drafted guy that just gets in the rotation
without playing that fucking upback or
whatever it is or not being able to kick
slide on punt like no way
weren't you weren't you on the wedge
like back in the day fuck yeah bro
he's on the wedge the two men
thank God like it was just when they
He's doing pretty good considering
being on the west two and two
you know shout out
shout out to Lajey dozeable
dews we use crack heads in Jacksonville
be like hey bro
Just don't stop running, bro.
That's the key.
Trying through some shit.
Just don't stop running.
If one of us stop running,
that striker, that person coming down,
he's going to light you up.
How has the game changed the most, in your opinion?
Like, schematically.
Is that a fair question?
Like, defenses have changed
or personnel has changed.
Oh, yeah, yeah, for sure.
Defense have changed, personnel.
You know what I'm saying?
It's offense generate all that,
most part, especially what they put.
Offense dictates the defense.
You feel?
Like who are they putting out on the field?
It takes over time over the years.
Like, I remember when the West Walker's in that slot
and running on short routes and jerk routes and how that.
So you matched that with a small nickel.
Yep.
Now it's my fucking pooking the cool.
So it's got to be a bigger dude.
It's got to be a bigger.
Playing a nickel or star or whatever.
Yeah.
You're playing the same style of defense, same offense.
Now you're just changing people.
Yeah.
And you're just getting personnel matchups.
That's what makes the nickel so important in today's game too.
Yeah.
Makes the nickel hugely.
Hell yeah, he knuckles and his safeties
and, of course, linebackers and everything
across the board when it comes to run
game, but... I think the backers got a lot faster.
Oh, yeah. But they were starting to get faster
and smaller when you played, too, though.
They was getting there. Getting there.
They were getting there. They were getting there.
They were on the way to transit. But there's just not a lot of
like, like, you know, I play with Dante Hightower
in New England. He was like a throwback
lineback. There's not a lot of them. It's just not a lot of that.
It's just not a lot of that. No.
So I feel like every coach,
like, you have guys, like, during training
camp, guys you might really like.
you personally, like obviously you don't get to make the final decisions of who make the roster.
If you get attached to a player you think is playing well, obviously they don't, everyone doesn't
make the team. How do you go about like if a guy gets cut or yeah, like, or after they get cut,
like are you someone who's reaching out to maybe like, or there's certain guys that you maybe
like go out of your way to be like, yeah, like I'm going to send this guy text or I'm going to
call this guy and just make sure he's okay. And or like just,
some positivity because yeah do you get attached to players hell yeah yeah I want to do
them all over leave hey bro I promise you I'm trying I'm trying to come back and get you
yeah you know what I said or it's been guys like you know those are more so probably the vet
type of guy so you know young guy you feel like they're going to come back around for the most
if you're staying in this circulation you really ain't got a lot of teams yeah on your radar you know
I know I said I know we're going to get you back or you know saying be able to sign you after
training camp or something like that in development and so we'd had it with it
shit that's why I was telling a lot of the young players the past two years
we were using a lot of people for practice squad yeah so you had better be ready
yeah it better be ready so did you hear what Tom Brady said I'm sure you guys
have already talked about the practice squad guys what did you say did that didn't
make any sense to y'all did it he said the practice most practice squad guys are
actually are actually very comfortable being on practice squad they don't
want to become they don't want to be the hell we are bro
5K a week to fucking 25 to 30?
Are you kidding me?
I mean, what the hell he's talking about?
I would say, it's like,
it's probably like a small group of them
that are comfortable being on that.
No, for sure, just because it's like,
all right, well, I know I got to go through
six people before they even consider me
being active on the roster.
All right, well, I'm just play my role
and get this little thing.
Well, your Friday nights,
your Friday nights is a practice squad guy.
are pretty fucking awesome.
That was cool.
Look, what I...
Saturday nights are good, too.
Let's shoot him some bail,
and what I would agree with if he had said,
for some guys on the practice squad,
to them, they've reached their ultimate goal.
Like, I'm on an NFL team, and, like,
and maybe for them, like, yeah,
like, I feel like for some guys,
like, five percent,
I don't know like,
for some guys, they're like that.
Not everyone is like that, because...
But I feel like maybe if you put,
if you worded it like that,
like, I can agree and I can see that,
like, some guys just being like,
I made it.
Like, I'm on a roster.
I'm getting a check with an NFL team name on it.
No one can't take that from me.
If I crack the 53 and get in, that's great.
If I don't, I'm still on the squad.
I can say it.
I got a jersey.
I got whatever.
Like, some people I feel like feel like that.
It might be a small element to that, but I feel like a lot of times the guys really want to
go out there.
But, like, once you get to this level, you have a lot more respect for their peers in
the locker room and shit like that.
So it's like, I know what.
the fuck that motherfucker could do.
Yeah.
And I'm not on that level yet.
So I just know I'm probably not gonna get that opportunity.
Yeah, you have a realistic mind.
Yeah, yeah.
I know a lot of guys that are in that space
have that realistic mindset.
Like, okay, I know that niggas really like that.
If I got a chance, I would probably go out there
to do my best.
I could probably do a little something,
but I know that, you know, shit, he got different shit than me,
you know?
Yeah.
And honestly, I wonder if that's like for, like,
just for Tom Brady, maybe that's how
freaking practice squad quarterbacks act.
Or like, you're like, you know,
Maybe that's what he's saying.
That's got to be.
Because backup quarterbacks,
you got to feel that way if you're a backup.
Yeah.
There's so many spots just to be in.
Now, quarterback accuracy.
I know some backup quarterbacks that hated football.
Really?
I know a couple of, but they hate it.
I love to.
Why'd they hate it?
It's like Charlie Waters.
Shout out to clipboard Jesus.
He's a great dude.
What a fucking cool guy.
Dude, he made a career being a number two quarterback.
He hated having to go into regular season.
He's offseason like OTAs training camp.
preseason all day long.
Having to go on the regular season game,
Chuck would be pissed.
Guess what?
The only year in St. Louis
that we were close to making the playoffs,
we had to go to Seattle and win.
We were both seven and eight,
and we ended up losing to Charlie Whitehurst
in the biggest game of the year.
So he hated all he wants.
He still beat us like 13 to 9.
He wasn't a bad quarterback, but...
No, but he was so cool.
He got into the league and gotten that backup QB role,
but he's a great number two quarterback to have.
He can give a good look and practice squad,
but he knows this shit.
He's a smart quarterback,
and he was a guy coming out of Clemson.
So it's like, it wasn't that he was a bad football player.
I fucking, coaching.
I saw that dude at a casino in New Orleans,
and he has an aura.
He looks like here in Rule 5.
No, he has an aura, bro.
Chuck cool as fuck.
He's got great lettuce, and he was well-dressed.
He was just cool.
He looked like he sold patents for like 95%.
A pop, bro.
A clipboard guy.
That dude's cool.
Great teammate, man.
There's not much NFL news going on right now.
The one thing I think is an interesting topic is this you guys are up on this Sorsby thing at all.
He was Texas Tech and Indiana quarterback.
He bet.
Before he went to, that was when he was in Cincinnati, though.
Wait, that's what you were doing.
One dollar bet.
He was doing like $1.30 bet?
Was he doing $1.00?
No, I'm just assuming.
I'm just thinking in my head, like, how much money do you have in college now?
Well, I don't think it's a financial.
consideration for him i think he's legitimately addicted to gambling which which he did
every i don't know he did it everywhere indiana since that's not i guess he was p rosen like he bet on
his own team but like i think the problem 90 000 over four years yeah what was this man using i think
the problem the problem with the swords be thing and and to catch y'all up he decides hey i'm going to go to
the nfl fuck it i don't need you guys i'm going to the nfl i'm going to the supplemental draft
And as you know, the supplemental draft, like, happens not every year.
It's only if there's a necessity for it.
And this year, here he is, this quarterback with a first-round talent.
Like, people think he's like a borderline first-round talent.
And, you know, those guys don't grow on trees.
You would think the NFL would, you know, teams would want him.
But the NFL's like, no, we're going to basically make an example out of this guy.
We're going to cancel the supplemental draft.
The CFL did the same thing.
They're like, we don't want you in the league either.
It kind of feels like he's the example.
that the NFL is because the NFL is the one thing the NFL can absorb guys with domestic
violence history i'm not saying this right or you know sexual assault history not saying
this right guys with alcoholism guys who are addicted to drugs pills whatever they can work with
all that what they can't work with is somebody that's going to fuck up the product and and and
they cast a shadow over the what is now half the business which is gambling and so i didn't know if
you guys felt like that was the right movement and and and so i didn't know if you guys felt like that was the right
moved by the NFL to pull the rug out.
I think it is.
Got to.
You got to nip it in the bud.
Yeah, because you don't give him my opportunity.
Like, shit, somebody else can do no time.
They don't do the same thing.
And is it going to get people scared?
Because if you knew you was betting, it's all going to come out.
It's going to let these guys know.
It's like, bro, you're not getting away with it.
It doesn't matter if you have your fucking cousin, your auntie.
Like, they're going to catch you.
Like, you're not.
It's over for thinking, like, you guys are, you're going to be able to beat the system.
Like, bro, like, they're pinging your, you're fucking,
they know exactly where you're betting at,
at what time, bro, everything.
Like, anything.
It'd be hilarious to watch to see his tickets, man,
because I think he was betting, like, so.
They're like 30s.
Like, like foreign basketball and foreign tennis and, like,
you know, like the things that real addicts bet.
But at the same time, he was also betting.
That's because, you know, college,
they can bet on other sports.
Yeah, you can bet on other sports.
But once you're betting on the sport that you play on,
yeah, yeah, yeah.
We were talking about it earlier.
Like, once you try to rig the system, they're not going on.
Even if you're betting on your team, it's just too close.
It's too close for comfort.
And, you know, like fans, there.
A lot of fans think the NFL's rigged, dude.
It's great.
A lot of people do.
They do, dude.
When you run into somebody somewhere out and about, like, do you not run into at least one person a week that's like, come on, bro?
Like, you're telling me they don't want Patrick Mahomes to win this game.
Well, they might want them to win this game.
They have probably preferences for.
big markets or quarterbacks, but they're not fixing games, dude.
There's some people that think it's like wrestling, though, and that's a whole other level.
You're not doing that on football.
No.
You're not choreographing some.
Well, they didn't tell us in St. Louis that we were the guys that were supposed to get beat every week.
They don't tell the players, dude, so.
But yeah, no, the Sorsby thing was wild.
He's fighting everybody at every turn, don't want to own up to.
What about the U.S.
The UFL? What about it?
I mean, they might take them.
They're the only one that ain't said nothing at this point.
Because they're thinking about it.
I mean, it would be a good look for them.
That's a good talent for them to have.
Yeah, good talent.
But, I mean, I don't think any of those leagues are going to last anyways, as an aside.
I mean, do they really want them to?
Like, does the NFL want them other leagues to, like, really like?
I think it would be nice to have, like, a feeder system for the NFL that, like, other than they kind of, but that's the thing.
College football is now kind of like minor league football.
Yeah.
It legitimately is.
And do you have friends at coaching college?
Yeah.
What would they say about the, I do, like my buddy Marcus Higgins is in town right now?
He was working, like some of those dudes work 20 hours a day.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
And then they're going on them taking them.
Recruiting trip.
Yeah, but, I mean, every one I'm going to be like, shit, man, pay good, you know.
How many hours a day you think you work in?
How many hours a day do you sleep in the NFL and the coach?
five, six hours a night.
So you're going home most times in the...
I mean, that's...
I would say that I don't know about the average,
but it just depends.
Like for us, you know, sending this,
hey, you get your work done.
You ain't got to be, you know, 10-11,
you got to sleep in here and all this shit,
like it used to be.
But that's how it was.
That's how it was.
Spags, my coach in St. Louis,
who's now in Kansas City,
he used to sleep in his office every night.
Yeah, no, yeah.
He'd never go home and see Maria.
He used to sleep in his office, all this.
Yeah.
But, and with this kid, if he takes,
he has so he's eligible for 2027 to get picked up like yeah one year like yeah he could take a year
off I suppose but I think what the NFL wants is like I said this earlier it's kind of like
back in medieval times when they used to put somebody's head on a stake outside the castle let you know
don't do this shit they're like fuck it I mean like what are the chances he's actually good it's 50-50
at best so like maybe we just we just cancel this dude right and two in the league they've been
suspended guys for betting.
So it's not like they haven't been like guys haven't set out.
They're not fucking around with betting shit.
They don't pay about it.
They're trying to set a person.
The NBA, the NBA had to cancel a lot of prop bets, college prop bets.
That's a big problem in college basketball.
In college, that's tough because, you know, you think the biggest deterrent is having money.
Like if a guy has money, he's not going to want more money.
But here's the problem.
Like some guys get to betting and they're addicted and they get down big, whether it's to
a bookie or to the app.
And then they're compromised.
And then they're like, now you can get to them.
Yeah.
So, um...
20 a day?
20 a day, dude.
That's crazy, man.
It's like me in the football season.
Easy, dude.
Easy.
That shuts down my comeback.
Yeah.
Come back ever.
You think Aaron Donald could come back this year right off the street?
Well, talk them out of it.
I know you don't want to.
Please, please.
We were in the car last night.
I was like, man, I hope he came back.
He said, no, I don't hope he fucking comes back.
Right, because they, he's got a deal with that shit on mad.
I want to say.
I see what you're saying, yeah.
I want to see him come back.
You want to see him come back.
I just want to see him play next to him.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
That's an office in line up next to each other.
That would be some dope shit to see.
King, what would happen if you had to,
if y'all had to prepare for Miles and Aaron?
Have a long week.
It's a long week of meetings, film, trying to figure out.
What do the, like, what is like the,
for somebody like Miles Garrett, somebody y'all know y'all sliding to,
y'all giving help to you a lot of time,
get chippers and all this shit.
A lot of helps, a lot of chips,
running backs, tight ends, even receivers,
anybody, if you get a chance,
get a shoulder on them, try to slow them down.
Okay.
But now, but then you got to throw an end down on the mix,
like, do you put them on the same side?
I think you put them on opposite sides.
I got to.
I mean, yeah.
I don't know.
I mean, I do both.
You do both.
You do everything.
Every single play different spot.
Make everyone nervous on that line.
I would.
Everyone feel like dead.
Everybody gets me.
I didn't think I didn't think I was going to have to go against him.
I would.
He only plays the left side.
Nah, everyone gets this work.
I would do a little bit of everything.
I had that shit like CFL where they're moving around before the snap.
I don't know where the fuck they got.
Think about third down double A gap fucking Miles.
Like, what are you going to?
A center?
Yeah.
You're nervous about even snapping that bitch.
Yeah.
Like, what?
You got Aaron Donald that Y-3 technique and Miles Garrett doing that crossover shit
before the snap over the center.
Uh-huh.
And so that shit, like what the fuck?
Like, do you slide to Aaron Donald or do you worry about Miles Gary?
You can't slide.
That's what I'm saying.
And the other thing I was saying is this is like Miles adds a like Seattle last year.
They didn't have the best O line, but they were able to mitigate all that by play action, run game.
And like play action slows rushers down.
Somebody like him, it does not slow him down.
And that's an underrated part of a guy's game, transition and play action.
And his gate is so big like if you're going to try to block him with an offball guy, you know, some of these bend back concepts.
Like you can't get to him.
Like you can't run your normal.
Now with no plunge coming back, no tight end.
Right.
Nah.
You could really like just have one, all right, pin your ears back
and then have the other one play off that motherfucker.
Let's bring up the post where his wife said, no, he ain't playing.
Bring up that post.
Bring up that post.
You like that post.
Yeah, yeah.
She came about to say no.
Oh, that old lady run shit.
Repost that.
He ain't playing.
Other than the Panthers, you guys watch ball.
Other than the Panthers, who do you think are going to be real good this year?
Panthers, Panthers, Panthers, Panthers.
Keep pounding, bitch.
Yeah, keep pounding.
I mean.
Yeah, the Rams to me are like kind of the...
Other than the Panthers, they're probably the team to beat in NFC.
I think I'm going from a hater to a fan.
I'm just interested in just to see what's going to happen in the AFC North.
You got new coaches, new quarterbacks, and everything.
I'm just trying to figure out what's going to happen on the AFC.
I think Mentor is going to help Baltimore a lot.
But, like, Baltimore can never get over the hump in the playoffs.
Like, that's kind of the thing for me.
But I think Burrow, I think they got a squad this year.
You think they got a squad?
You think Joe's going to do it finally?
Yeah, your guy.
It's going to be the same thing for y'all every year, sweet.
Y'all going to have a decent year.
I'm going to get to the playoffs.
I'm saying it's every year.
You try to tell them every year is going to be the same.
Steelers fan?
Yeah.
Are you a Steelers fan?
They don't got a quarterback, bro.
Rogers.
Rogers can still throw, dude.
I'm not saying he can't steal.
He'll throw.
He just can't.
Do you believe in Rogers as your quarterback?
Um,
yes.
I don't have a choice.
Run that back.
But like,
I don't have a choice.
He don't believe.
He don't believe.
He don't believe.
But I do, I do think the roster is in a pretty good spot.
Yeah, the defense has to play better.
But I mean, it's still a wide open.
I think the AFC North is like right now, that's the wide open area right now.
I do think the Patriots is going to be good.
But yeah.
Like, yeah.
AFC North to me is like going to be like the big store.
Jags.
No, it's going back to everyone.
on the Chiefs.
Dude, I think, I think Patty Mahon.
That's helping back.
They got a running back now.
The AMC West, the NFC West, the NFC West, Chargers, the Broncos, fucking.
And my Jags are going to do their thing again?
I don't think that was a one-off last year.
It's just going to be so hard in the AFC because I feel like this is the year that
all the established teams in the AFC make a, because are you expecting, Patrick McHones,
they lost seven of nine one-score games last.
Are you expecting that they're not going to be back-wing those games?
I believe the Panthers won a lot of those seven.
I know, bro.
A lot of those games, Bryce Young, probably got the best rating in two minutes.
Where did it?
Where the ball up, running the points up, you know what I'm saying?
Shout to the Panthers, Bryce Young.
My short king.
You hear what you said?
He's my short king, dude.
My short prince.
Prayerfully, he said like he on Shrek.
Lord Falkwai.
Lord Falkwai.
Lord Farkwa.
Parquet.
Oh, perfectly, he can get back healthy, and I'm gonna say maybe back to like 90, 95% of what
he was before the gruesome injury.
Where do we think Tyreek Hill lands?
Dude, I don't know that he can get, his leg was hanging off his leg.
Oh.
It's gonna be a little minute.
His leg was hanging off his leg.
His leg was hanging off his leg.
I couldn't tell him.
What you think Andy gonna do with Justin back there?
Is he gonna be the, you know what I'm saying?
What Justin?
No, Pad to be, pad to be back.
Fields?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I think Fields is going to be used in packages.
Yeah.
I think that's a fun deal because Fields is like when he gets the ball in his hands in the open field,
like he is fucking fast, dude.
Andy will find a creative ways to get him involved in the offense.
Right.
And he's a good to change.
And you have to respect his ability to.
Yeah, throw him a pass.
I feel like he can catch some bad.
It's kind of like having a wildcat deal out there, dude.
So anyway.
Taste him hill package.
Yeah, taste him hell.
Taste him hill.
Yeah.
It's his, Taysome Hill.
Yeah, that's his Tastum Hill.
Yeah, interesting.
And you look at Taysam Hill.
Taysam Hill made a fantastic career out of the whole thing,
but he's not, I would say, like, Fields is a different talent.
Absolutely.
But Hill is a great football player.
I don't think anything away.
I mean, they do got a little situation
with the, like, quarterback situation here.
Herred Pat, Justin Fields.
That's gonna be fine.
I think Pat's- I know he's gonna be fine,
but he's still gonna have to wait.
Yeah, but I'm talking about throughout the season
because they gotta wait for Pat to come back.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
So it's like, you know, you got
two different style quarterbacks.
I'm telling you all.
Let's do the SEC thing, man,
because he's talking about Nussmeyer.
Okay, let's go.
Let's go.
Let's go.
Reed, you want to tee this thing up?
Yeah, SEC.
Who do you?
Who's the first player that comes to mind?
When we throw out this school.
LSU, first player.
Jay and college.
It's Joe Burrow for me, other than Jay.
Other than Jay and Pat Pete.
Really?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Do I got to say, does that have to be.
for me.
Glenn Davis.
Oh.
Oh, okay.
Big baby, David.
Big baby.
I like that.
I was going to say Shack.
He's out.
Jack?
I was going to say Shat.
For me, it's really, it's really, uh, Tyron.
Oh, yeah.
Honey bad.
Honey bad.
Now, who's the greatest player to ever play at LSU?
I mean, it depends on what you're trying to look at it in terms.
In college, the best player.
I mean, bro, you like, you got to go Joe.
Yeah.
I was at that national championship game.
Because he got it, he got it done for it, you know what I'm saying?
Like, he was in charge of that.
Okay.
So we had to LSU.
Auburn.
Bo Jackson.
Bow Jackson.
We had Bo Jackson on the pod at Super Bowl, dude.
It was in the couple.
Yeah.
It was so awesome.
Bo nose.
Dude, the room gets so quiet when he talks.
You ever have a guest on a raw room where you're just like, bro, like,
sitting listen.
I can't believe it's Bo Jackson.
Yes.
He's in our Airbnb.
Yes.
He was cool as shit, dude.
That's when the comments say that I do so much talking
Because I'd be too excited
You get too excited
Fuck the comments, bro
Fuck the comments
Oh yeah
Only the negative ones
Oh yeah yeah
Oh yeah yeah
We'd like all the good ones
We take all those for sure
So yeah it would be
It would be Cam or
Cam or
Joe
Charles
I was gonna say Cam Chuck
Chuck will be next
I just saw it
You know what I'm saying
But I just saw the camp
All right go ahead read
Florida
Tim Tebow
Cam
Newton. Gotta be taken.
That's funny. That's funny. The
disrespect to Auburn is getting out of fucking hang.
No, it's Tim Tebow.
This fucking Timmyl.
Tequito Spikes, yeah.
Tequito Spikes. He was on
Takedo. He was on. Tiquito like the
hos. I got a bunch of tequito spikes in my freezer.
Takeda with Auburn.
Hey, I know Takedo Spikes hates to see my kids, bro.
And Tikio Spikes went to Auburn.
Ticko went to Auburn. You're talking about Branden Spikes.
Oh, Brat.
My bad, Brandon.
See, that's who I think it's on the live stream with the porre.
I think it's Spurry.
I think it's Spurry.
He was on a live stream with the Forrestra.
On his players, though, not coach,
bro.
Like, I mean, I mean, I'm sorry,
I can't, like, you go coach,
I do think Billy got an argument.
That might got two natural championships, too.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
He got two.
So I'm telling you.
Donovan.
So you want me to give mine, my thought of your thought.
I would just, I would just say,
players.
He said players.
He didn't say, coach.
Well, I'm saying, he said Florida.
so Florida.
So Florida.
So if I think Florida is a player, I mean,
Tim Tebow.
I mean, I play you're on.
But see, no, mine will be Chris Leak.
Oh, Chris Leak was gone.
Isn't he from Virginia?
Chris Leak?
Charlotte.
Oh, Charlotte, North Carolina.
Independence?
Yeah, okay.
No, he's over here with him.
The pouncy twins.
The pouncy twins.
I think you're Aaron Hernandez, dude.
Oh.
I do.
He was cold.
He was cold.
He was cold.
He was a motherfucker, dude.
That dude, he could have been, I mean, they said he could have been one of the best tight ends they ever play.
Yeah, for sure.
Looking like it.
And he also didn't take shit from anybody.
Obviously.
The history has a person that just does not like to be disrespectful.
So.
Wrong shoes to step on, man.
Yeah, dude, that's the thing.
It's like the Aaron Hernandez rule.
You never know who you're bumping into at a nightclub or at a bar, man.
At this age, it's just, dude, you got it.
Yeah, you got it.
I apologize.
I apologize.
I apologize.
This man threw a third band.
Yeah, the dude said that Hernandez,
he popped his helmet off and Hernandez told him he was going to kill him.
I'll kill you.
And little did I know.
It's like those people that are like, yeah, dude.
You ain't know who you had.
I ran into John Wayne Gacy at a hotel.
I didn't know at all.
Okay.
Tennessee Volunteers.
I mean, Peyton Manning.
Payton Manning.
Eric Barry.
Eric Barry is such a dog, dude.
Hell, yeah.
Team Martin.
That's all I was going to say.
All right, quick.
That's a lot of things good quick.
Yeah.
Joe.
You're trying to get him.
You just fucking names up.
Candidic Parker, I ain't mad at that.
I ain't mad at that.
With T. Martin, though.
Okay, next.
Kenness.
Kennes Parker.
I said,
I said pay child support.
Oh, okay.
I said pay six trans.
King opted out.
I was.
No, I said, I said Peyton.
Memphis had a handle Peyton one time.
What about both of?
Next one.
I know, no, bro.
I know you, bro.
Then they had got quiet.
Oh, yeah, he tried to get somebody.
Bro, we used to call each other in the hotel phone.
Like, hey, Bofa's here to see you, dude.
Me and Cortland Finnegan would not say the word who around each other.
It was just not in our country.
Hey, you were in court.
You used to go at it.
Me and court, bro.
Hey, that should be so.
Best all-time teammates, dude.
Hell yeah.
We were prank wars, dude.
Y'all were taking it on camera, on set.
He's doing a whole interview for whatever commercial.
Oh, yeah.
Muffer of a cone with the little smacking.
You got bill in the commercial shoe?
Oh, yeah.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah, we used to have a rule that if you wore issued gear outside of the locker room
of the field, you could get smacked in the face with whipped cream pie.
And I had to come in.
I know.
It's crazy.
And people were smacking the fuck out of each other too.
Watch him fly out like a little leprechaun.
It was nine in the morning or eight in the morning training camp.
They told me to come up and do an interview.
They said, can you put this on TV?
Like, national TV.
That's live TV, bro.
National TV, bro.
Oh, so.
And then watch this little lepercon.
They're like, wait a minute, what the hell going over the ranch.
He said, I'm on there.
Bro, you see, that's 2013.
That's what I'm coming into.
Look at him.
Look at him.
twinkle toes.
Oh my God.
Yeah, we used to prank people
real bad.
Said, I don't have any gear on.
Jeff says,
you don't have any gear on.
Yeah, yeah.
I forgot.
I had, look at this little
motherfucker dude.
Yeah, we,
Cortland, I remember,
took all the linebackers' cars.
Were you there?
No, that was the DB.
You did it, bro.
You took all the,
I didn't told this story on the pod,
but, yes, bro, that shit was,
y'all know about that shit?
This motherfucker.
Yeah.
We go to Seattle.
Oh, well, we did that.
That was me.
That's another car.
Yeah, but Cortland, remember he took everybody's cars
and then had the city bus pull up to pick them up after practice.
He towed everybody's cars.
Hold on the hell.
Put him on a car carrier across the field.
There was an industrial park.
So we're in walk through.
And everybody's like, what the fuck is my car doing on the fucking?
Who did that?
Oh, yeah, I do.
Because they was in the back.
I know you're talking about yesterday.
And dudes were like, I'm going to need my car, bro.
Like Saturday, I got people in, dude.
After practice, he was like, no problem.
Just go out front.
everybody's waiting out front with their bags
and all of a sudden you hear
shh fucking bus pull up
he's like get you where you need to go
that's a different level of working
well no we did the one
we did the one we talked about it a bunch
on this show but yeah I basically built houses
for the dbs
for their cars we went to Seattle
and I got a tow truck driver and a carpenter
on speed dial
and I had all their their cars
towed in the field across the street from the thing
we got back from Seattle
because they were throwing ice in our room and shit.
Like little white.
No, they don't throw ice.
They took all of y'all shit out, y'all lockers and threw it in the cold tub.
Put that bitch in the cold tub through that bitch all over the locker.
So, man, when we got back, man, their cars were all in these little houses,
these little plywood houses with Christmas lights around them and shit.
They had a mail-bought.
They number on that bitch.
Yeah, people were chainsawing their cars out at 2-3 in the morning.
Of course, we lost to Seattle.
Yeah, we definitely lost.
We definitely lost.
It was at Seattle, wasn't it?
Yeah.
It was close game.
Yeah, always always always always always always always always okay next school
Arkansas Razorbacks Darren McFadden but that's because he was in my draft class

Yeah, the NBA player, he's an enforcer.
Hell yeah.
I was just the first place.
Look a little crazy.
Right.
Yeah.
I ain't wrong.
I will say when I heard Argusso, I did a thing of Felipe Franks.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
I thought, I thought, uh, Ryan Mallet.
I don't know why.
Oh, hell, yeah.
Oh, yeah.
All right.
Next one.
Um, Miss.

Yeah, Patrick Willis.
He will.
Yeah.

My East West Shrine.
My East West Shrine.
My East West Shrine.
My East West Shrine game roommate.
Oh, nice.
All right.
My East West Shrine game roommate.
Greg Hardy.
Oh.
Shout out to Memphis.
Memphis legend.
Is he Memphis?
Yeah.
I didn't know that.
Bro.
He killed that week.
Bro. He killed that week.
He's good, but he's out of his mind.
I'm out of his mind.
Time will tell.
will tell but that was a crazy
time is telling oh yeah
time will tell
time told
time has
oh man and then the
USC stuff yikes
yeah he could play though
he actually popped it up in our comments
recently or not in the comments under
one of this D-line teaching videos
we were doing and he was like actually I disagree
on this and I was like yes sir
no not really
you got it brother he wasn't disagree
he just was adding his two cents and I was like,
hey, listen to Coach.
Go listen to him.
Hey, coach is talking.
Oh, man.
That's funny.
Would you tell me, didn't he, wasn't there some,
he had a sword or something?
Bro, like, when I tell you this whole week,
he was, he was, bro, mind you,
he was finessing different agents.
He wasn't signed to agents.
Bro, during this week, agents had dropped him off.
He had got one envelope.
10K in it.
Got another envelope like $17,000.
All these agents that he's saying
that he's gonna sign with.
Bro, we're in Orlando
and he went to whatever big mall
and when I tell you, like, he was spending
like all this money in like a mall
and like our hotel room
looked like, I don't even know
like he had like one of those
Buddha fountains that you plug in.
And he had plugged it in
into the room.
He had bought, like he had went to one of those stores
and got like a real like samurai sword.
He had it in the rule.
If you knew what you know now, dude.
Oh, hit by me.
You'd be asking for a room chain.
What? For real.
And I was just like, bro, this is funny.
And then I see him do one-on-ones and I'm like, I see why he doing this.
I was like, I saw why he's doing this.
Do Kentucky real quick.
See if anybody has a Kentucky.
Hefty left.
Jerry Lorenzo.
Oh, Bud Dupree for me.
Oh, I love Bud Dupree.
Jerry Lorenzo.
Bud DeFudeau.
They scratch that.
Victoria Dunlap.
Yeah.
Oh, yeah.
We should probably talk about hygiene.
I have a hygiene announcement for you guys, man.
Let's update us, man.
Do you remember that everybody remember this whole thing?
Last year you guys were chastising me because I don't use a rag.
Do we?
Yeah, we got clear.
You old dirty butt ass.
Am I the one with the dirty butt?
Oh, you credit card it.
How the tables have turned.
Uh-oh.
How many of you guys have a bidet?
A bidet?
A bidet?
I knew him.
That's clearly the...
Raise your hand if you got a bidet.
I'm not having a bidet.
Damn.
You got the dirty butthole.
You're weird.
You guys got some...
He wanted to go level three.
Yeah, yeah.
I showed him something.
Level three.
I said, all right.
I'm going to get a little robot to power wash my ass.
I said all just randomly throughout the day.
I'm just, sometimes I go in there and just sit.
Should you be shooting at your head.
Well, no, I'm just saying it's just water.
It's just cover zone.
That's crazy.
You know, is it a thin line between having a clean ass and going too far or something?
Or you could just get in the shower with a wash rag.
Well, no, dude.
We've been through this.
Hey, you need to get on my level now.
Your level of thing.
It's a year a year difference, dude.
I mean, he's not wrong to a shower is like...
And if you got the pull off shower head,
it turned into a bidet.
How do you get to keep the...
Does it not?
Wait a minute.
The hygienic high ground.
Does it not?
I'm not wrong.
You're not wrong, but...
But you're...
You're taking the shower head and going around back door?
I mean, if you got to free...
Are you going to...
You're going back door with a shower head...
Bro, if you got to get clean...
You put the head a lot.
If it's that type of situation, like, yeah.
That's crazy, right?
I ain't never heard that, bro.
I've never heard that.
I'm just doing what the products intended to do.
Biday, you're good.
Yeah, that's what it's supposed to do.
It's supposed to do that.
And I have a fan, so when you're done with the bidet, it blow drive.
Oh, he's top.
He got a car wash, boy, he's air.
I got a car wash.
You got a full service?
Full service.
You got full service?
I got bullied on the pod last year, and I said,
babe, how would you feel about a little robot in our toilet?
A little robot toilet.
Oh, man.
You got warm.
You got warm.
You won.
I win now, dude.
I win.
I win, I'm a new man.
You got the bidet.
I just wanted his public service.
You got warm seats?
He did, yeah, yeah.
Bajieks are warm.
Yeah.
So, especially in the winter.
The Badee's his comfort zone.
He goes in there.
I just go in there and read.
Fire hydrant.
I might have to.
Stop.
Stop.
Yeah, because then other people are like using, you know,
have shampooing.
How about this?
Chias shampoing.
How about that?
How about that?
any bidet company,
send us a bidet.
Are you trying to get a big?
A bidet ad is crazy.
No, man.
I would do a bidet company.
See?
Exactly.
Because I am the perfect guy
to, like, pitch your product.
I once was lost.
You were using the same watch rat for both.
But now he didn't jump up.
Jumped up.
Yeah.
Cut the middle,
you cut the middle man out.
Thought you guys might feel better about me after that.
So, I'm proud of you.
Thank you.
I appreciate it.
So who knows next year what I might have going?
Okay, so last night we were talking at dinner about how guys are losing weight.
Did you put JV in here?
Is JV in here?
No.
So Jared Valdere, I saw him at the O-Line Masterminds thing.
You remember him?
JV.
Yeah.
Big guy, dude.
Kind of like you.
Yeah.
Huge guy.
He lost a bunch of eight.
Bro, he looks.
He's down like 240.
He looks insane, dude.
He looks like John Bastow.
And so we were just talking about some of these guys, Joe Thomas being one.
Yep, same.
These guys are losing a ton of weight after football.
And so we've got some emaciated former offensive linemen.
We got their faces and we'll see if we can guess who they are.
Okay.
Here's player one.
Oh, that's Russell O'Cohon.
Is that wow?
Has you never seen that?
No.
That's Big Rush.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Russ is a great guy.
Russ does like, I don't want to butcher this.
And certainly Russ, I apologize if I'm miscategorize it.
But I think three to seven day fast, like, he's done like a week, multiple week long fast, dude.
He says it's good for your brain.
I just, I don't think I can do it.
40 days.
Jesus Christ.
40 days.
More power to you.
That's insane.
That's not right.
Player two.
Okay.
This is a good one.
It's going to blow your mind
No way
I don't know
Is he willing a little more?
Who is? I can't see who there.
No clue
You're not going to get it?
No clue
He's older
He's older
He's younger than us
He's younger than us?
That's right
I don't know if he's younger than you though, Bates
That's not Eric Wood is it?
You said Eric Wood?
That's not one.
No
Eric, Eric Wood's got
Curly hair
Curly hair
Curly hair and white guy
He was
He went to Iowa
he played in the NFL for one team.
And he's 13 years, one team.
He's close to, he's a Hall of Famer.
I think he's a Hall of Famer.
Indy?
No, I'm, I'm, um, um, um, I'm, um, um, Pittsburgh.
The Dean.
No, same, same division.
Yeah.
We're only doing.
No shit.
Oh, is that Marshall?
It's Marshall Yonda, dude.
Oh, wow.
Is that what?
Yeah.
No way.
Oh, go back, go back, go back.
That's Yanda.
Bro.
Oh, what?
It was never that fat, though.
He was always just a solid, like, farm boy.
Yeah, that's a martial.
Yeah.
Jesus, I had no clue.
Yeah.
Good for him.
Yeah, good for him.
Good for these guys.
Hell yeah.
Yeah, I'll never be on this list.
It's not for you.
They told me how many eggs you eat in the morning.
That's going down a lot, too.
That's a crazy train.
You just need a mountain bike, King.
That's a good bite, too.
King needs a new knee and a new head.
Yeah.
Hell, yeah.
All right, big boys.
He's getting slim.
Big boy.
This is what we got now.
Oh, this is good.
Good one. Older Nuss King.
Oh, that's Alan Fanica.
Yes, it is. Alan Fanica. You might not know who that is, Bates.
I think I know that.
Play for Steelers, Bigger.
Hallfamer. Yeah, yeah.
He played opposite guard of Kendall when Kendall played up there.
Kindle's in the same. Yeah, nah.
Ain't about having him no Joe Hill.
You're a Steelers fan.
You don't know about him?
Look at the way he used to look.
Gold J, your gold jacket.
Stealers.
Steelers.
I was a lot of those game, right.
But you got to keep it off, though,
once you get your gold jacket fit for that build, man.
Oh, yeah.
You got to keep it off.
Do they resize it if you just lose weight?
I do not know the answer to that.
This got to wear a baggie.
All right.
Number four.
Bo Allen?
Is that Green Lysbury-on?
There you go.
B-A?
In the cut.
He's kind of just jacked.
now, bro.
He looks like he's on test.
Do you think he's on testosterone or something?
Hell yeah.
Well,
definitely.
That's never occurred to me.
It's just peptide.
It's just peptides.
That is hate even suggesting that.
I don't know.
It's kind of a compliment because if he's not, I'll believe him.
But like, oh yeah, that's easy.
Well, this is easy one because you know the tattoos.
Yeah, that's my guy.
That's Nick.
You know Nick.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I play with Nick.
I got two years with Nick.
Nick Hardwick.
He climbed Killy with.
with me.
Did he?
Yeah, he was awesome.
A fucking maniac.
What a great guy.
Fucking maniac.
But yeah, he's lost a lot of weight.
Yeah.
Look, yeah.
Slim duck.
Yeah, yeah.
He definitely got soup.
You know what it is?
These guys have been waiting to feel sexy for their whole lives and they've had to just
eat and, you know, eat, eat.
But then the sick thing is when they get skinny, they're not sexy either.
They're just, I'm just fucking skinny guys.
Head big and shit.
Yeah, it's like, what the fuck happened to you?
Why did you lose all that weight, bro?
A lot of loose skin.
Yeah.
When you start losing,
wait, people are like, are you okay? I'm like, can I be healthy?
And I feel like it's most of the old lineman.
It is.
Yeah, it is.
D-Ly-Ly, that boys just stay.
Or them boys get.
You kind of stay what you are or you blow up if you're a D-Lyman.
Right.

All right. Oh, dang, time out.
We didn't talk about how these guys
shitting on Charlottesville's
Krispy Cream. I walk into the Airbnb,
and they got
a full box of Krispy Cream
You want to do this deal of something, Nate?
And they're like, I'm like, what's wrong with the Krisp?
And they're like, there's something wrong with them.
No, no, no.
Something wrong with our Krispy?
Yeah, that's what I said.
I was like, I said you guys didn't.
Listen, I said you didn't open the box.
First, we said, look at them shit.
Ain't it something wrong with them bitches?
It was.
It wasn't bad even.
It wasn't about to open a home.
Then he ate it.
And then we was like, ain't it something wrong?
They weren't the better.
But they just weren't warm, bro.
I'll tell you what.
I like it.
Life wasn't on.
I like it better than duck donuts.
Oh, for sure.
I don't like duck donuts.
They're too cakey.
No, for sure.
Yeah, I don't like that.
I do like a good cake donut though.
Don't be easy.
I prefer.
You like duck donuts?
Duck or?
Oh, you like Dunkin.
Oh, you like Dunkin.
Yeah, Duck.
Oh, no, I thought you said Dunkin.
Oh, no, I thought you said Dunkin.
Oh, yeah, that's one in Nashville.
You like it?
No.
My first I thought I did.
No, Nashville probably has 100 better donut shops than Duck Donuts.
We just don't have a ton of donut shops
You know
Like y'all got an incredible strip of fast food
The chicken strip
No no no
Incredible strip
I mean street a mile and a half long
That's what I mean
The chicken strip
It goes
Paaise
And then
A text
To the Popeyes
Are you going to roll with this
Because
And then Chick-filat
What?
We're going to
Other Pie
RRB's burger
Cis
Yeah dude
Bro, you say it's a cold tone attached to Papa.
It is.
It's a cold tone attached to Papa.
That's crazy.
We got a Cold Stone attached to our Popeyes?
Yeah.
Yeah.
See, we really got it going on.
Yeah.
You don't even know what's going on.
That's crazy.
My kids DoorDash Popeyes, bro.
It's fucking sick.
I'm like, I know I raised you all right, man.
We're like, you guys can pick anything tonight.
Pop-A-Pi.
Pop-I.
Yeah.
Dude, they love that shit, dude.
That's actually a great spot to start.
Okay, perfect.
Because rated, everyone's going to present, or I'm going to throw out a few topics
items at you.
Everyone determines is it overrated, underrated, properly rated.
I hope the first one's not like chicken wings.
It's just like because.
First one, chicken, no.
No.
Because they're underrated.
If anything, nobody can say that right.
Go ahead.
Next.
First one, fantasy football.
Overrated.
Overrated, dude.
Way overrated.
We used to do a fantasy football segment every week with James Cohen.
and James Coe's cool as fuck.
And that's his thing.
That's his kink.
I got friends with, like, a lot of, you know, interest.
But I just can't get into it, dude.
I can't.
It's too simple.
It's too simple.
It really is.
And I always forget, by, like, week 14, I lose steam.
I'm not set in my lineups late in the season.
Yeah.
I say, definitely overrated.
It was hot, though, when it was a thing for a while.
It was.
I just feel like with me.
I'm just saying, like, here recently, even for like a non-er,
It's like, bro's one of them things, it's just, it's too much now.
Like, I don't like the daily fantasy.
It's just too much of it.
I think it just got saturated.
It did get saturated and gambling came along.
Grambling, yeah, gambling.
Where people were like, you know, because now fantasy, you can play fantasy, like the daily fantasy like you were to do to and make money off it.
That's the facts.
But I don't know, man.
I'm kind of, I'll play this year.
Well, and you have so many days you have to set your line up now.
Yeah.
Sunday, Monday.
Because there's games every two days.
Different.
It's different.
Self-checkout at the grocery store.
Probably rated.
No, that's your overrated.
What?
Overrated.
Y'all are waiting in line?
No, fool.
I want somebody doing it for me.
I'm not trying to do it.
I usually have more than 15 items.
Yeah.
That too, but.
So are you one of those 18 items I'm going to self-checkout guys?
Absolutely.
No way.
Are you serious?
Really?
What other of God's love?
I'm moving faster than y'all, bro.
But it ain't that many bags.
Niggas like you.
I'm moving faster than y'all, bro.
No.
Yes, the fuck I am.
But the key in the self-check-it.
I wish y'all would have saw me and May Man yesterday at the grocery stuff.
Look, what'd you do?
Here go, man, man.
One at a time, picture that.
If you don't get the motherfucker, like the bitch, let's go.
What the fuck we're doing?
I got shit to do.
And for the bucks, John.
If you have multiple of the same items,
that's one item?
One.
That counts as one.
I don't know about that.
Yes, that's the truth.
That's true.
That's right.
Okay, so what if I have three?
30 oranges.
That counts as one.
Okay, that's one, but like, I'm also taking the time.
I got a bag.
You already got bag before you even do that.
You can individually.
It's going to take longer if I got 30 orange.
If you type fast and know the PLU on that, look it up.
You can't do that with orange, but it's total.
This guy knows the PLU.
I say, I say PR, man, property rated.
No, bro.
It's overrated, they can bring back people.
Y'all thinking of these jobs.
So, Bates probably doesn't bring his shopping cart back to the,
fucking little...
No, I put my shit up.
Into the garage.
I'll lie, you tonight.
Properly.
All right, so when did that change?
Shout out to the scammers.
Shout out to the scammers getting off.
Somebody told me that was disappointed.
Yeah.
Oh, somebody was disappointed in you?
If they were right, I would have been disappointed in you.
I think you did.
Hey, that was over 10 years ago, bro.
You know what I'm healthier now?
Do you help if you don't go to the self-checkout,
which it sounds like you never don't go to the self-checkout?
But if you go, do you ever help the person bag?
Not only if nobody else there
The hell bag
And I just see my shit powering up
If nobody else is there
If nobody else there
I can't sit that weight like my man would
I'm gonna go down throw my shit in the bag
Okay
I got this
Okay
Costco and them they
Get you a little box
Show your shit in the box
Because now
they charge you
5, 10 cents for a bag
And that's crazy
Oh okay
Do y'all put how many bags you really got?
No
Let me test the real gangster
But I don't
I don't get that prompt a lot
Yeah
It's all grossing, though, I just had it.
I don't think I lie.
I don't think I lie.
I think I'd just tell them whatever the truth.
It's easier.
God, you're just living in.
You said, I got two bags.
You're living in sin, bro.
Right?
I don't know that.
You're living in sin.
You've got the truth.
You got the truth hanging over your head everywhere you go.
This is big corporation money, not little people.
This ain't mom-and-pops.
Them two bags I didn't put account for that.
Ain't worry about that.
I ain't worry about that.
They ain't worry back.
They're two little bags.
That's interesting.
Oh, shit.
I guess if it is the, oh, Bo,
Bowell on you.
Bo, he's talking shit.
That's Bo, yeah.
I'm just going to put Bo back.
Steroids.
He's on steroids.
He's so strong he threw his jersey down.
TSA precheck.
Buck, underrated.
I wouldn't know.
Wow.
This underrated.
You ain't got TSA precheck?
No, dude.
I've been flying for years.
And he's just.
just too much for me to go down to the airport
when I don't have to fly somewhere.
I will never go to the airport
where I don't fly somewhere to set up that bullshit, please.
Now, you don't do TSA at the airport?
You do that, like-
You don't have to go up there, don't you?
No.
Where do you go?
Where can I go?
I feel like that's the reason why it's-
You go to the post office, ain't?
You go to the post office.
Oh, that's another place, that's also on the-
That's first-urred.
You can go to the post office.
I don't go online, but you do have to go somewhere
that has a FBI type of federal clearance
to get a picture taking, that's it.
I've been the post office.
But you don't have to go to the airport.
This for a passport, but for TSA,
you don't have to do that.
You can do it online, but you just have to go
to a federal building, like, there's, like, random ones
to take a picture.
They say, are you a terrorist?
Basically.
And you're like, no.
No.
All that's shit, and then give them $99
once every four years.
Literally, that's why it's underrated.
It's 99 bucks.
Terrorists don't have $99.
I just hate it all together,
because it's like, yeah, when you fly private,
Like, you don't got to do none of that.
Yeah.
No, I know.
I'm just, you know.
I ain't, I ain't seen you there.
It's just the concept.
Hey, bro.
Nate's on the burn.
I'm not flying,
bye.
I'm not flying.
I don't know.
We don't know.
We don't know about that.
But he goes to pinball tournament.
You would think, you would think,
hey, it doesn't matter what I'm flying.
Like, I got to go through some security.
But if you end up on a private life.
I know, but there's just, if you're on a private flight.
You don't got to do none of that shit.
It's just like, clearly.
I know.
You're buying private, bro.
You got it, bro.
You got it,
you got it.
But hey, Nate,
I agree.
Because I've also flown private.
Mind you for context.
I've only flown private with Chris.
Oh.
He goes.
He said,
whatever I fly private.
He's a man.
Like,
he did that show his own.
You at the house of the kids.
He's about to go to Miami.
Yeah, dude.
I mean, shit,
if we talked about,
I did it one time.
You did?
And there was.
If we're talking.
about it like it's a you did it too.
Bays that you fly private.
Bates is flown private.
King?
I've done it.
You guys are all,
Bro.
Positive private flyers, dude.
You're a lot of playing.
You're an honor,
brother.
You're an honor.
We got a lot of it.
One time,
I just wasn't like one time, bro.
No, it's cool.
It's cool.
One time I flew private.
Me and two buddies were going to Vegas.
think and this motherfucker who's flying the plane turns on the top gun theme song as we're as
we're accelerating to to take off and as we take off he's like looking back now and I'm like look at
the fucking road. Look at the road. Bro, I'm like dude. Look at the road. Look at the road. Hey man, that
was cool. Let's get to cruising out to dude before we take a victory lap.
The staring drive by flying a plane.
Hucktown.
That's crazy.
That's funny, sir.
That shit was a cool experience.
That's funny, man.
He was cool.
Landed us in one piece.
All right, we got.
Going to an NFL game versus watching it.
Overrated.
What is?
Like, that's a player.
It's a fan.
Overrated.
I was going to say,
like,
playoff game.
Overrated.
It would be like playoff games or like Super Bowl
or anything postseason.
Yeah, I feel like that's not under.
It had been in the stadium, bro.
I was at the Josh Allen, Patrick Mahomes,
overtime game where they ran out of time in Kansas City won, right?
I forget how many seconds.
Like 30 seconds.
My Holmes went down and scored.
And I would have rather, I mean, it was amazing.
To go to Arrowhead and see a playoff game was cool,
but it's not something you'd want to do again.
I'd rather, like, be at home.
Like, because when you're at home, like,
what's great about the NFL,
and this is why this scheduling shit's kind of threatening the product a little bit,
like is you get everything at the same time.
Like it's almost overwhelming.
Like you can have 10 TVs on.
There's action every minute of the day.
You know, when you go to a game, you lose that.
And the seats usually suck.
I will say this, since we're on the fucking topic, and they're expensive.
NBA game.
Going to an NBA game underrated, bro.
NBA games.
You think so?
Oh, my God, dude.
I love going to NBA game.
Overrated, too.
You think so?
Yeah, that might be.
I might be overrated.
For me, all that stuff is overrated because I don't fit in the normal seats.
Yeah, for you.
Yeah, so that's for me.
But I'm with you on the NFL game.
Like, it is a better experience watching at home because, like, going to all the games that we went to last year.
It's like you do get to miss everything else.
You got one game and that's it.
That's it, dude.
That's all the timeouts, all the commercials.
Right.
You only get one game, you can't see it other shit.
All the people.
Why y'all try and watch all the games at one time?
Watch it after the game.
You're a sports consumer.
Greenlight, we're covering everything.
Lock it on the phone.
Plus it's fun.
You know, like us, we're gambling.
You know, but us, we're gambling.
You didn't see all of it.
You didn't see it all.
I got to make sure I'm, I do think when it comes to, like,
different stadiums is different.
Like, going to a Titans game, for instance,
ain't really all that.
Yeah.
But, like, I mean, I went to a Steelers game last year
the first time.
Like, the atmosphere was freaking.
But still, though, it is a different.
It's a cool stadium.
It's a fan of the team.
I understand that.
But what I understand.
But, but what I was.
And you're not watching no other games like that.
But I'm telling you, the energy inside in certain stadiums versus you going to certain
stadiums, it just feel different.
Going in Super Bowl is not that cool.
Going to Super Bowl is not cool.
I am.
I am.
Like, as a fan?
As a fan, yeah.
No, it's a fun of a game.
Like, it's a fun of a game.
It's not football crap.
No, outside of us.
No, yeah.
It's fucking, it's like, almost like an international game.
It's like just every different fan.
You might as well go.
I tell you what.
I would do. I'd love to go to a London game.
I'd love...
Why don't we go, guys, why don't we go
to the Philly, Jacksonville London game?
We're going. Why don't you all come with us?
Flying private? I already been there.
Hey, this is my first private experience.
No, we're not flying private.
No, we're not flying private.
But our powers combined, if we can get a sponsor,
any sponsors out there, we don't want to send us across the park.
I think that shit's fun.
I think going to like an international game would be fun.
but i don't know um weddings overrated at this age totally overrated i think this age
totally overrated dude just just tell us what happened yeah i don't need to see it i don't need to
see it bro they are fun wedding they are overrated they overrated no i think they're
they're overpriced i ain't allowed to you know what these folks spend on weddings now versus
what oh shit bro and if you're my friend you get one shot like i'm not going to five like i'm
Bro, we can't, I can't continue to do this.
You can't continue to do this.
No, I just, you know, like, you only get so many weekends.
It's always the nicest part of the year where we should be on the river.
Or a day weekend, Labor Day.
Yeah, fire.
And somebody will be like, you said, damn.
You know?
And when you go to a wedding, you get banged up, dude.
And at this age, it's hard to recover.
I don't know if you guys are starting to have trouble drinking the way you used to.
Been there.
Yeah, I've been there all time.
All right.
This is like a support group.
We all get up.
Holy shit.
It's not as easy as it once.
No, but when you're young, weddings were fun.
It was like, oh, man, it's a party.
I'm turning up.
We're going to go, yeah.
I mean, it's still a party, but, like, shit, it's more miles on this party.
I'm supposed.
That's a little bit more dire.
Right.
Come on now.
Save your money.
All right.
Go ahead.
I like the, I like this.
This is crazy.
Pools.
Properly rated.
Properly rated.
I think they're great.
Does it make a difference if it's a public pool?
or your pool at your house public pools overrated because people are peeing it's kind of like people
that put too many items like this is this is hate this is hate like an apartment
this is hate what I'm about to say but you peed in the pool no no like and I'm like a community
in Nashville with the pool community yeah this is hate but like out of out of ground pools are
Like, get that.
No.
Oh.
No.
No.
No.
No.
Oh.
Underrated.
I think those are cool, bro.
No.
They might be underrated.
Underrated.
Underrated.
Above ground pools.
Because you got to understand.
Underrated.
If you're swimming in an above ground pool, like, those people know how to have a good time, dude.
I don't want to hang out with the people.
They have, like, a nice pool because they don't, they don't appreciate what they have, dude.
If you do have the overground pool.
If you have an above ground pool and it's hot, those, you get a mother.
The motherfuckers are in there every day.
You got to be under the overpass.
You got to have the deck around it at least.
You got to have the deck around.
Oh, yeah.
I'm not climbing in a pool.
You got that business.
You got to have a gate.
Hey, sweet, hold on now.
Hold on now.
I go cap a pool.
We're climbing in that pool.
Everybody ain't got a deck, damn.
We're going to use that ladder.
That might.
Hey, look.
You got decking around your bump ground?
Come on that, brother.
You got to have a deck around that.
No, we're using that ladder.
That flimsy ladder.
Come on.
Hell no.
I'll tell you what.
The only thing, the public pools, though,
I was gonna say this,
the only thing public pool's good for?
Slicing.
Well, yeah, slicing.
What's that?
It's a Memphis.
It's a Memphis shit.
There's probably another word for it.
With all your clothes on.
Oh, that shit.
The way you made it sound so disrespectful.
Hey, pull it up.
Hold on.
He never did it.
It's literally called it.
To the pool.
So this is cool.
It's a hot day in the stomach.
No, it's not, Chris.
Explaining this to me.
No, it's not.
I had no, I've seen it online.
As a Memphis person.
If you saw your kids doing this, you'd be like, why?
No, you would.
Why?
You'd be like, go to a video.
Go to a video.
You got to do video.
When you see the guys.
That's perfect form.
That's a perfect form.
I'm talking about it's splashing.
Parallel.
Yeah, yeah.
But look, this is what it is, Chris.
When you see the guys get together,
Chris, we'll watch this.
You all.
No, it's not.
When the guys.
When the guys.
Oh, here, here we go.
Chris.
Come on.
Oh.
Yeah
It's literally
Bitch
Bitch
Yeah
Yeah, bro
Yeah,
Yeah
I like it, man
And we all get that energy going together
Oh, embassy sweets
Yeah
How many people
A party
That's a party, yeah
How many people on that balcony, bro?
This is like
Oh, a lot
A lot.
Fire code.
Yeah.
Oh, fire code.
Fuck that.
We've been to teddy pool down.
Come on now.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Slice it.
Bitch.
You were about slices as a young, you know what I'm saying?
Back in the day.
Man, yeah.
Pools.
Properly rated.
So what?
All pools.
All pools.
Did you see that catch?
Did you have a camera on that catch?
Oh, pooh.
Oh, pooh.
Be a lime and getting excited by some regular shit, bro.
I'm fucking.
That was a regular.
DeAndre Hopkins over here, dude.
Chill out.
Seriously.
I just plucked that out of the air.
That was a good.
With my cone hand.
It was a great.
All right.
So let me,
I appreciate it, man.
And if you come down on a cat blitz and you beat somebody,
I'm going to,
I'm going to gash you up, bro.
I'm going to be like, that's a great pass.
Oh, my kid.
Hey, so Bates, did you used to do this?
We all did.
That's what I said.
We've all done shit.
So do you?
Do you pack other clothes?
No, you just go home wet.
You just go home wet.
I imagine all of them don't got that.
You pack up the guy.
That's in a dude in the full suit.
He don't want to have a swimsuit.
We don't care.
We already didn't have a swimsuit.
Dude, my white ass would I have to get in the car
and be like, well, guys, you got a pack an extra,
pack an extra pair of shorts.
Because this is while he came out the roof.
They were caught in that.
Oh yeah, with speed was in Memphis.
Yeah, they did that one out of the roof.
We're slicing today.
Yeah, come on, that.
Make sure you pack a gym bag.
No, but they'd be having a real slicing tryouts for, like, real teams and shit.
They'd be going, you know what I'm saying, slicing Olympics for real.
Hey.
Hey.
Hey, remind me, put it on my calendar.
I'm going to the pool.
Y'all into this so much.
Y'all don't sponsor a slicing team yet?
Y'all don't got a raw rule of sighting?
This is just started.
After this, they started.
After this thing, they started.
Yeah, after this thing, with speed did this stuff.
They were jumping off the roof.
I'll put in.
I'll put in.
You gotta find a to protect the plate.
I mean, it's like literally, it's like, okay, look, they do diving at the Olympics.
Okay, well, this is our version of that.
But you only get one slice because once you get out and you got wet clothes, it's not as.
No, you go, no, you go right.
After you wet, you're in there.
Okay.
Like, that's my wet suit.
It is like one.
That's your body glove wet suit.
Dude, this is sick.
Cater.
This is sick.
Dude.
Just so you know, like, once you slice it once,
if it's in a group like that,
you need to hurry up to get your ass out of it.
You got to get it to.
Ain't nobody's waiting.
They don't wait until you go down and come back.
No, no, no, no, no, no.
You hit the water.
You better hit the water.
No one does you hit that.
This stuff is chaotic.
I'm going to do, me and Nate are going to do a slicing super cut,
and we're going to send it to you guys.
We're going to do a slice-a-thon, dude.
But some of your sons,
Oh, they'll be all over it.
Right here.
Slice it off the roof?
You got to emphasize
on hitting the surface
of the water.
Yeah, you got to be flat on the water.
You got to go flat.
You gotta go flat on the water.
It ain't can't.
Off the roof is borderline white boan, dude.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
That's borderline white boy.
I got to make sure you get that full extension.
For shit show, dude.
Gotta make sure you get that extension when you hit the water now.
Hey, there's a, there's a, there's a,
rock tomorrow that we can jump off of
no it's too shallow
you guys can't jump off it I don't want to
get y'all hurt man that'll be fucked up
baits out there in a neck brace
trying to coach them up
okay oh oh oh oh I was going to say this
underrated water parks
dude water parks
I've been late in life
I've been a big water park guy dude
I know okay okay
that wave pool dangerous as fuck guys
stay away from that wave
Why?
That's fun.
Way pool.
Why?
Because there's a lot of people in that bitch.
Yeah, bro.
The commotion of the waves.
Where's the many people?
And there's a lot of people,
bro, there's a lot of people at the water park who don't know how to swim.
And, like, it's just one of those things, bro.
The further you go into that motherfucker?
Yeah.
Bro, yeah.
But it's the water park, dude.
I think people be underestimated how wavy it get.
And then you get in there and you can that bitch, a toilet too.
All right.
All right, you go to the next one.
I just want to stand up for water parks.
All right, taking a piss.
I mean.
Overrated, underrated, properly rated.
What do you mean?
Just, you know.
Taking a piss, mate.
Properly rated, bro.
It's a necessity of life.
Whatever needs to get done.
I drink 150 ounces of liquid a day.
Yeah, I got to go.
Properly.
Property rated.
Property rated.
Like one of it is, you got to go?
Yeah.
All right.
All right.
What?
Underrated if you ask me.
Yeah.
Underrated?
That.
I'm with, what we're talking about?
He said, I'm with bait.
Yeah, it's pretty good.
Pretty good.
It kind of makes the world go around.
Yeah, it might be underrated.
Underrated, I'm with coach.
I don't even understand what it's, yeah, what it's doing.
That should have changed your whole week day or all that.
Change your life.
Change your life.
Yeah.
You'll be in there for 18 now.
Come on, man.
Change your life.
Change your whole life.
Why, that's your over, right?
Sex is what you make it.
It's flexible.
All right.
That's a good one.
Sex is what you make it, dude.
That was rated.
Okay.
All right, yeah, yeah.
These are other topics.
Yeah, yeah, the other topics we have.
A little Chris Mailbag right before the show.
So what do you think kids playing sports is you sports getting too serious?
All these baseball parents and shit.
Well, we were talking about this earlier, talking about kids.
getting held back, right?
Yeah, eligibility.
Which I guess we were early on that in my house,
but I had the grades to go with it,
like not very good grades.
So I kind of had to, but it was about sports.
I did that.
You did it too?
Yeah, my promise.
No shit.
Yeah.
Instead of going to ninth grade, I did eighth grade.
Did you feel stupid?
Because I felt stupid.
Like, I know they just, oh, we'll get them an extra year
for sports.
Yeah.
Oh, that's just how they dressed it up for you.
Yeah.
Got to say this stupid and man.
Yeah.
They said, hey, that baby, that baby ain't got everything.
That probably would have was, dude.
I think that's overrated.
Yeah, I think that's overrated.
Because you kind of need those.
Like, if you get to college and you're young, like, you're young, but you got, like, a higher ceiling.
If you're a young draft pick in the NFL, you got a higher ceiling.
Like, if you, I got drafted at 23.
So you're kind of like, you kind of are who you are physically and the whole thing.
But, yeah, I think we were talking about this earlier.
I think A.U's crazy.
I just was,
dude, my son's playing A, you know?
Hey, you dad.
And I love it.
It's fun to watch and everything,
but it's just all the bad actor adults, dude.
Just ruin it, dude.
And I'm coaching baseball, too.
I get to see it there.
So, yeah, I mean, emphatically, yes.
What's the next question?
Top actors that played athletics.
Oh.
Top actor athletes.
That played athletics.
We were running about the rookie.
Yeah, we start with the rookie.
What's the name?
Well, Kevin Costner is in a lot of, like he was actually a baseball player, I think.
Okay, see, that's why he did.
Oh, okay.
So he actually looked, yeah, he looked legit doing it.
Bow wow, like Mike.
Really?
Like Mike.
Could Bow Wow, wow play?
Hell, no.
If we're doing that, if we do that, if we do that, if we're doing that, I'm going,
what's my nigga name?
Oh, no.
Was it Adam?
Adam Sandler?
Oh, he'd be bowling, though, for real.
He'd be in, he got tape.
Nah, fuck that.
He got tape.
He'd be showing up in New York on Open Parkland looking like a homeless person getting bucket.
The best one to me, bro, is Omar Epps.
That man, ran track.
He did it all.
He played football.
And he who.
Basketball.
Have y'all forgot about Air Bud?
Did he look, did he look legit in loving basketball?
What are we talking about?
He looked at a basketball.
Did we forget about Air Bud?
Did we forget about Air Bud?
Air Bud was a fantastic athlete.
great.
Yes.
He played for three,
four,
I feel like that's a cheek hole then.
It is,
but look at that,
dude.
But come on,
man.
You don't see a lot of dogs
finishing like that.
They might have kids
and still came back to the league.
That's crazy.
Yeah,
plenty of problems.
Air buddy.
They got the,
they got the own movie.
That's the greatest athlete.
I mean,
that's not a bad.
Game of the fuck out of it.
He did he?
He just did one, though.
He just did one.
Terry Cruz was a football player.
Oh, yeah.
I was going to say boobee
for hell.
No,
boobie got fucked up.
Oh, yeah.
What a menly and Dr. Nobobo.
He did besides Biker boys.
He was in Biker Boys.
I don't know if you can say it like a, you know,
extreme.
Motorsports.
Motorsports.
There's a motor sport.
But I feel like Omar is probably like the most.
Like he's been major league two.
Yeah.
Because he took over for Wesley Snipes.
Oh, he did.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Major league series is incredible.
Classic.
It's one of the best.
The first and second.
Both of them were great.
both of them was great i i i hung with it a little too long do you remember like number four came out no
there's a fourth majorly and i went to see it in theaters it's funny it's crazy spent my hard earned
money it's like it's funny and shit yeah back to the back to the market yeah it's fucking it's actually
funny as shit oh no the next one there's an even worse one wow there's a there's a there's
one that shouldn't have been made dude anyways i didn't see you back to the miners though no
yellow jackets in this movie.
I swear to you.
I'm like,
I saw this damn movie.
Maybe it was back to the miners I've seen.
Yeah,
that's the one Walter Guggins.
What year would this be?
98.
Yeah, that would be right.
That would shoot,
about right.
Yeah.
What's the rotten tomatoes
on this movie?
Oh, shit.
Because it couldn't have been high, dude.
It's a two,
dude.
22-20.
There you go.
Dude,
Dennis Rodman's in a movie.
And the Rotten Tomatoes is like single digits.
It's one of the best movies to like hate watch ever, dude.
Double team?
No.
God, I can't remember.
He's an agent.
Simon says.
Simon says, yeah, he's a secret agent.
Dennis Robin was in Babes.
I didn't know he was in Babes.
Yeah.
Dennis Rob was in Babbs?
What is it?
Zero percent, dude.
It's one of the worst movies ever, dude.
That's crazy.
He's the lead?
He's the lead.
dude.
He's the lead.
Zero percent is crazy.
Damn.
That's like an accomplishment.
Kind of right.
That's kind of like a...
I feel like there was a baddie in that movie, though.
Because can you get 100%?
Like, do movies get 100% a lot?
No.
That's what I mean.
So like getting zero percent got to be some type of accomplishment.
That's some sort of accomplishment to me.
How could you make a movie to be that bad, dude?
That's how I see it.
Chris, we've got a pretty intense movie critic on the squad.
but um
May Man over there is a pretty
Oh yeah?
He watches a lot of people
Okay let me tell you something
Can I tell you something about Disclosure Day?
Disclosure Day?
Oh, hot garbage, brother
Do not
What about obsession?
Obsession.
Have you seen obsession?
No, what's in, who's in that?
So it's apparently it's a
What May Man?
A low budget movie that grossed
Indie movie that grossed a bunch of money
It's stupid to me
It's fucking bullshit.
So you like it?
indie movies.
All movies.
Now he'd want to be shot.
What are the,
give me the best.
Hey,
change your voice,
bro.
You don't talk like that.
Stop trying to change your voice.
You don't sound like that.
They made three,
four to four.
Oh my God.
Crazy.
What's the best,
give me the best three to five
movies of all time.
All time.
Well,
does your brain work that way?
Because mine doesn't necessarily.
Okay.
Answer the question.
The departed's got to be up there for me.
Overrated.
Overrated.
Overrated.
I agree with you.
Keep going.
Keep going.
He's just like, man, they're just going to shit on all my movies.
Oh, okay, okay.
Forrest Gump.
What is it?
Forrest Gump up there.
Speak up.
Y'all, we're not putting you on the spot now.
King is.
King be on his head.
Batman, brother.
What did you look at him for?
Name of the movies?
Did you like Pursuit of Happy?
I feel like that's a movie
You watched like one time
That's a good movie
It's a good movie
It's just like something
I don't want to watch again
What's the one where he was in the bathtub
With the octopus?
Yeah, that was seven pounds
Not the octopus
Jellyfish
That shit had me crying
Good movie
That one?
Yeah, what movies made you cry
Six man dude
Six man
As a kid bro
When he fucking
Disappeared into the wall
It was a lot dude
I ain't mad at it.
I ain't mad at it.
They were fucking up, too.
Don't fuck me up too.
Don't fuck me.
I didn't have any chest in you.
Toy Story 5.
Dude.
You said Toy 35 already?
It made you cry.
I haven't seen it yet.
What part?
Toad story three got me, but...
Tories.
I mean, it's about like kids that...
Getting out the screens.
Getting off the screens, but like trying to get out and like make friends in the real world.
Not having the confidence because, you know, they are a little different or what.
Oh, bro.
Don't tell them.
platform I'm trying to see that junk.
I'm just telling you what it's about.
It's a pretty heavy-handed theme.
When you get in there, they're going to make sure you know.
There's a, there's a villain, and the villain is an iPad.
Okay, that's, that's what I've, I've gathered that.
So.
I got a bit.
I'm checking that John out.
I'm trying to think what the best movie ever is, dude.
What's the, um, space movie that you like?
Oh, uh, Wally.
No, yes.
Wally.
Wurfs up.
It's good.
Wally's a great movie.
Surce-up is really good.
It's showing us what we're turning into.
The one that, the McConaughey.
The McConaughey movie.
What?
Intersella.
I love that movie.
No.
I wouldn't say it's the best ever, but it's a fucking great movie.
That was really, I like that movie.
It's a great movie.
How do you feel about the notebook?
Overrated.
Way overrated.
I'd say another good one.
So for me, mine is men of honors are a really good one.
Oh, men of honor?
Great fucking good as fuck.
Who was in Men of Honor?
De Niro, Cubigigan Jr.
Okay.
Yeah.
It was when Cuba had a run during that time.
You know what a great movie is?
Major pain, yeah.
A great movie.
It's the film here.
What?
Fork.
Really?
It was born in Virginia.
Yeah.
There's a military school down to the world where Eddie George went and all these guys went.
Actually, there's two really big military prep schools in Virginia.
VMI.
No, Fork Union and Hargrave.
Yeah.
Hard grade.
Post grad.
Post grad.
These are like post grad school.
Hargra.
Hargrave was putting it out for a while.
Yep.
For sure.
Remember him about Hargar.
That was a good movie, though.
I can never remember my favorite damn movies when it's time talking about movies.
Forrest Gump, bro.
It's the same thing.
Forrest Gump's a really good movie.
Because anybody acknowledges it.
No, sorry.
Forrest Gump's a good movie.
To me, as far as plot, storyline.
Oh, here's a fucking...
It was ahead of its time.
Dog.
Remember 1917?
Have you seen 1917?
Have you seen that, John?
Don't...
A lot of kill.
A lot of kill.
in that movie though it's a war movie yeah it's all one shot isn't it the other one I
liked is Dunkirk now it's coming back to me bro this is this is this might be
this movie is trippy dude but yo Matilda is a fire movie
Matilda was far a fucking trunch bowl bro I don't know what that is you never
watched her no bro the trunch ball the the principal bro she shot put it in the girl by
her pigtails bro it's a cartoon yeah she no no
Yeah.
Oh.
She hammered through her.
She was a big.
She was a dog.
She was a dog.
She was a dog.
She was a dog.
She was a chopee.
Yeah.
Right now.
Oh, man.
Matilda.
How old were you?
Like,
Young as fuck.
Yeah.
And it's like 31.
Bro, I think we had the double VHS.
It was Matilda and Harriet the Spide.
Yeah.
Harriet the Spide.
This might bring up the class.
I'm classy.
The one that always takes me back is
Sandlot, dude. I know it's pretty chalky,
but Sandlot. That dog. Little Giants?
Little Razzles.
Icebox. Ice chest.
Ice Sandlot for sure.
We used to watch a lot of that, and then we watched,
my dad let me watch a lot of Arnold Schwarzenegger movies, dude.
We used to watch Predator and fucking Terminator and shit.
That was amazing.
Commando.
What a run of action movies.
Why? Why you let the Terminator?
We just don't have, we don't have action movies like that anymore.
Come on.
Oh, Paris.
Parasite was incredible.
You got to see Parasite.
That's right up your alley.
Indy.
Strongest player you ever play with.
Strongest player.
Limbo Joseph, hands down.
Hands down.
Used to warm.
What's his name?
What's his name?
Oh, and Stephen Pea.
Nails?
Oh, dude, that guy's a tank.
Dean Pea still got the record, right?
For the combine, like 45 reps or whatever he did.
Something crazy.
You remember Wayne Hunter?
It was in 45 reps.
It's crazy, right?
Is Wayne Trane?
He's a D-Tackle.
Tell you, he had a strong punch.
He's tying second.
Wait, how many?
49 he did.
My bad, Stephen.
49.
Let me give you a four.
I think they almost like,
I don't know if they made him stop,
but they were just kind of like,
I.
It was like, bro, you got it.
You can do, bro.
You did enough.
Strong, bro.
And any of those players
have the best play you've ever seen?
No, not the strongest guys.
What's the best play you've ever seen?
What's the best play you've ever seen?
in person that you were on the field for.
The most incredible play that you saw that you were on the field for.
Derek Henry, them wrong with that runs.
Whatever he'd get break loose.
It probably had to be Julio like dunking on Luke Eagle.
That's crazy.
Saw Maude Brooks jump over the line of scrimmage
and tackle a quarterback on the handoff, bro.
He was incredible.
Yeah, my might probably be the punt return with D. Jack, the Giants game.
Oh yeah.
Yeah, the part of return to winning game.
Was that Christmas?
Christmas week.
Yeah.
Yeah.
His dad had just, his dad had passed away like not too long before the season, so that was
kind of like a big deal.
I had just got picked up to Jacksonville the week before that and prior the special team coach
had ripped me in fucking meetings because I had like went really hard on special teams and
I was going against Clay who was my college roommate here.
So like I was doing something I did really well.
I made a play like on punt.
And I thought I was about to get a databoy at meetings.
And he cussed me out.
It was just like, this guy's a starter.
You're going to get someone hurt.
Yeah, yeah.
You're doing something.
He did one of those.
And it was like one of those, it like kind of really wasn't warranted.
But it was like one of those things where Coughlin had all the coaches with their
butt holes type for whatever reason, blah, blah, blah.
But lo and behold, I end up getting picked up off the practice.
that week to go to Jacksonville.
And that next week when I left,
is when that happened.
And then all the thing, like,
they keep showing on TV is that special teams coach
yelling at Matt Dodge.
I'm watching, I'm like, that's what you get.
Is that the exact guy, is, was that the exact guy
that you were going hard on?
No, that's the guy who, that's,
it's the coach who was yelling at him.
Matt Dodge was the punter.
He wasn't supposed to punt.
They told him not the punt.
They kept zooming in.
You weren't supposed to make a play, bro.
I kept telling him to kick it out of bounds,
but he kicked it right down
I'm elder field to him and DJ.
So I remember watching that way.
You got one fucking job.
It's classic.
You're a punter, dude.
That was a crazy play.
We're gonna take over.
Time to eat.
Yeah.
We're all room.
A beloved segment of ours.
I appreciate your king for inspiring this.
Y'all know how we do.
Review some food, videos, some prep.
We're gonna get to it, man.
Coach, it's that time.
It's that damn time.
It's that time, bro.
See, we got our big back on our own this morning.
We did, though.
They did.
We whipped this.
Hold on this.
Hey, these boys, I ain't gonna lie.
These boys, they were cooking it up.
They cooked it up.
They cooked it up.
You missed it.
I cooked the original big bagh.
And wait, before we start, I didn't tell Baste this.
I ain't gonna lie, I took a picture of the breakfast and put it on my Snapchat and I had a couple of people asked what restaurant was.
No way.
Not even joking.
Presentation from Jaylon, you know, yeah, put the on plate.
You know, I'm gonna be whipping it up.
You know what I'm always?
I like, I like my shit to look nice, you know what I'm saying?
They always play, oh shit.
Why you'll play a little later?
Because I'm, I need to look nice first.
And then I- What would you make?
What'd you make?
What'd you make?
I made pancakes.
He made a sandwich.
Breakfast, same.
The steak, steak and eggs.
On a croix.
Yeah, we had some salt,
we had some laos.
Yeah.
A layo.
Yeah.
Some homemade Aleo.
We ain't about this.
He don't even know what it's
Aolee, but we say it's a
But it's the raw world.
It's got a lot.
It's got mayo in it.
It's got, yeah.
You don't know, but it's called it.
Yeah, but it's a different mail we got, though.
Yeah, it's different.
So we made the whole little spread, had fruit and stuff out there.
Yeah, yeah.
You're a nice little breakfast.
It was a good time.
Oh, you guys.
Yeah.
You guys really move as a unit, man.
You make things happen.
Yeah, bacon and all that.
Come on, man.
All right, this is eating.
Oh, this is the, uh, you're gonna show you this.
That's taking it down.
The breakfast?
He was gonna show you.
You got the breakfast on, man?
Yeah, that's my plate right there.
Here, hit the next one?
Yeah, yeah.
Bam, dude.
Yeah.
You see that pancake?
Yeah.
That's a beautiful.
Hell yeah, that's a beautiful pancake.
And the sandwich.
You see the-
And the orange slices, man.
Come on.
We got that, you know, a balanced breakfast over here.
Yeah, well, now this is some unbalanced shit we're gonna do over.
What was this?
A hot dog.
Now this is, this is a, I guess, her spin on a hot dog.
Her spin on a hot dog.
Just let her cook real quick.
Let her cook real quick.
Okay.
See, oh, mix it all up.
Okay.
She scored it, you know what I'm saying.
I'm certain the good.
Y'all see what she doing?
Yeah.
A little hot pop.
She's putting it in a joint roller.
Yes, yeah.
That's a hot dog in a joint roller.
That's Chris Tant, though.
She put a hot dog like joint roller.
You know what I'm saying?
This is something you could pass that out of wedding.
This is a main man, it's a main man.
You pass that out of the wedding.
Chris, Chris in there.
No, it looks good.
I would have a little less sauce on it maybe, but yeah,
this is good shit.
See, I feel like we had a different crowd.
We don't see what we were.
You're right.
You're right.
All right.
She just, oh, okay.
Okay.
What would you rate it, Chris?
Seven?
Okay.
On a scale, on the big back scale, dude.
Yeah, seven back.
But the king would say, I never see these seven dozen of them.
Yeah.
Ours is kind of broken because like a 10, that's like basic.
Like what did she just put on the bottom?
That's like the little sauce.
Maybe a little less of that.
Her version of the Leo, you see.
Even though I, even though I do like this,
I feel like it's a little bit too much,
too much work for a glizzy.
Yeah, all right.
But if it was made for me, like, I probably,
I ain't gonna lie.
You put some brisket in there?
I probably eat like three or four.
There you go, right?
You put some brisket in there?
Now you talk.
It's a nine.
Because then we got the cross on.
And we got the brisket?
The whole thing is just, yeah, it's
dissolving, man.
All right.
Not bad.
Not bad.
That was the curb bar.
Crispy chicken, Caesar salad, croissant.
All the croissons today.
Come on, man.
Yes, sir.
Yeah, they're croissant look like, you got like a little garlic.
Okay.
Oh.
Sure.
Okay.
The studio is liking this one.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I'm like, dip it.
Dip it.
Oh, you didn't know.
They didn't know.
They didn't know.
They didn't know.
restaurant.
It's all right.
It's okay.
It's all right.
That mayo base, Chris.
That's a little bit.
I know.
That's a little bit to start.
That's a little bit more.
If I can, if I can.
Okay.
Yeah.
It's a seizure dressing, but.
Oh, a chicken Caesar.
Kind of compartmentalized.
Oh, hell.
Sam ways.
Oh.
I need two.
Let me get two.
Two?
Break the scale.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Now you back.
Come on.
Break the scale, Jim.
They did that right.
Yeah.
Break the scale, King?
Break the scale.
All right.
I like that.
What is 12 by team?
We're going to 12 by the team.
Okay.
Break the scale.
That's not,
we back in.
It's all right.
Now we're back.
I ain't gonna lie.
This is an easy meal, too.
It's not that difficult.
It's not crazy.
It ain't doing too much.
That's an eight.
Eight.
Eight.
I want to leave room.
There might be a nine or a ten coming.
No, no.
It's not.
You ain't got a save rating.
I know it's not a blind ranking,
but I'm big on precedence.
Shoot for the moon, bro.
It could be full cover the screens out here.
This is really good.
It's an eight.
Give it a 10.
It's an eight.
That's a kid.
He's a tough critic.
Yeah.
He's a tough critic.
He got a hang out with that.
I'm fucking.
Yeah.
You got a dick face.
That's definitely a breaking scale.
Come on, now.
I like this one.
I like this.
Oh, no, no, no.
No.
Oh, I like the bacon on that.
Yes.
Yes.
Yes.
It's like a pancake with my food on this.
I was doing this this morning.
Bacon cinnamon roll, come on.
You don't want you?
No,
food without the bacon.
Yeah, I'm saying.
Bro, you don't eat, like,
you don't eat bacon with your pancake?
You're getting there.
Yeah, but not,
I don't want it on my cinnamon roll,
yeah.
I'll fuck with it,
but, minus the bacon.
Damn, dude,
look at that bacon.
That bacon looks good.
All right,
how about that?
We take the bacon off of here
and we put it on the goddamn seas of chicks out.
Oh, it's in there.
Yes.
I'll be with that.
I did that.
In there.
I didn't know that.
You don't like that?
No, I do.
That's great.
Take me through there.
That's like maple baking donut, bro.
Take me through there.
Take me through there.
Come on, bro, I'm in there.
Take me through there, bro.
That's, nah, that shit.
That look good.
Hell yeah.
And that's some good, that's some good swine, whatever they use.
You could tell.
You could tell.
It won't chop up like that if it wasn't.
It won't chop up like that.
It might be uncured.
Hey, that's a break of scale for me.
I don't know about coaching King being picky about that shit.
Man, shout out to the old.
We used to have a restaurant here called a tavern,
and they used to make these pancakes with the bacon,
just like big strips in there.
Making bacon pancakes?
Bro.
It used to.
Bacon pancakes?
It was fire, bro.
It was fire, bro.
What's your obesity right around here?
Does it look?
It looks like it's higher or lower.
You can bacon pancakes.
It's kind of low out here.
Yeah, I don't think it's too high.
I mean, there's like a lot of heels.
No, as much as we have like all these foods here,
bro, everyone's at the yoga in the hot yoga class where we have a yoga store that next to us.
Hell no.
Everyone's working out here.
So I feel like it balances out.
We gotta show y'all how to back out here in Charlottesville.
Out of back, dude.
We gotta show y'all how to back, man.
My son has a club.
Oh, no.
What the, what the?
stuff for?
Yeah.
That's just a lazy French dog.
Lieutenant Dan.
Ice cream.
Ice cream.
Ice cream.
Yeah, he did.
Yeah, he did.
It's just, it's just not.
Mr. Dan, ice cream.
Yes, he did.
That probably, it's probably fired.
This is a nine.
That's a nine.
There we go.
But I ain't going to lie.
Yeah, watching that briars, like how melted it is.
Yeah, bro, I ain't going to lie.
I would eat it without the, bro.
You might.
You like melted ice cream?
Bro.
Any ice cream.
You might, bro, you might break that new bidet because it's gonna be, it's gonna be our overdrive.
That bitch gonna be our overdrive, you eat for many of those, bro.
Dipping it in that ice cream like that.
Fuck no, bro.
That's way too much sugar.
Yeah, you're gonna take a picture.
Like, that's the way shower faucet is gonna be.
No, no, no, no, no.
This is so crazy, but I mean, it tastes good.
Oh, yeah, it's probably do.
It's probably ball.
That probably takes a sandwich with it.
It's just like some concentrated hit with me.
You make a sandwich with it.
Like a Mick Riddle?
That looks really good.
I'm not, I'm working.
Yeah, some breakfast with some breakfast.
I go to.
I just didn't need all the syrup.
I go to.
That's just sugar on, sugar on.
That's just sugar on.
That's what they say.
Oh, no.

He's going to get the ball in space.
He's got to get a drive.
He's got some good speed.
He can run for sure.
Right well.
Good old eye.
Tost it out.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
Go let him go.

Right back to the QB.
That's all.
Lace the oven on.

It must be really hard.
It must be really hard recruiting D-Line watching tape in from high school.
Dude, some of that tape's tough to.
No, that's what I'm saying.
Not the first three, but, you know.
Mason, you need better marketing, bro.
Real tough.
That was tough.
Love to see that hit.
You got to get that.
that tight copy for
especially D. Lineman. Even running
backs, O-Liam, you need that tight.
Linebackers, you need the tight guys.
Good stuff, though. They said they ain't investing in all that,
I know who I'm going to invest in J.C.on, if I'm over here
recruiting.
6-3-200, class 06, so my dog almost
out of there? I'm surprised. It don't say
I was going to be a minute. I'm going. I'm going with J-D, to be
honest. I'm going with. That would be my pick for this week.
Man.
Jason, you want to. Oh, it's a pick.
Yeah, you pick one of the.
Who I liked him did you like the best?

All right.
Hey, time
we should do it with Reed.
Which one I like?
Yeah.
All of them.
I was going to say Sean Maclin.
Oh.
What?
All right.
That's crazy because now Faye is you do.
It comes out of you.
All right, Faye.
What you got?
I think I'm going to Mr. Johnson here.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
What's up, man?
That's a tough battle, though.
It was a tough.
That was tough.
It came fast, though.
That boy.
That was tough.
It was a tough.
It was a good.
It was a lot.
It was definitely.
It was great tapes, though.
Man, shout out to all the kids, man, coachable kids tapping in with us.
Getting their shine on, getting a highlight tape shown.
Getting a little exposure by yourself, man, and just putting yourself out there.
We appreciate y'all tapping in.
Shout out to our winner, J.C. John Johnson for this week.
Coachable.
Yeah, sure, man, y'all, make sure y'all tapping in the right way.
Get your opportunity to, you know, show your stuff out here, man.
I'm going to tell y'all somebody else's not coachable because he's not here to get coach.
And I've been waiting.
I know.
He's gonna be at dinner.
He's gonna be a dinner.
Hey, well, yeah.
These cameras follow.
He's probably there right now.
Hold on.
You know what I'm saying?
The last time I heard from making,
which was just yesterday in the clip
that he put out, what, a month ago.
Yeah.
You know what I'm saying?
Just came straight on this bitch and said,
fuck the wrong.
Did he say that?
Play the clip.
Pull it up.
Pull it up.
Two really good podcasters, too.
We can't have podcasters out here
fighting in training camp.
You know what I'm saying?
That's a business.
Fuck raw room.
No, they're coming to, they're coming to town soon.
Did you know that?
Yeah, I heard rumblings, but we have a longstanding beef, you may remember.
Would they make fun of you?
Yeah.
What'd they say?
Bacon was just saying that he's so much easier to get along with, and then he just comes in the pod.
They said they could beat me up.
But look, you know what I'm saying?
That was cool and all, but you know what I'm saying?
To not show up here knowing we were going to be in a big.
Yeah, man.
That's wild.
And you were shocked in the poem.
I am shocked.
I'm shocked in a pall.
Obviously, I don't stand for any shit like that.
Yeah, man.
I'm surprised he's showing up after saying this.
Right, yeah.
Like, he didn't show up on camera.
We're here.
He didn't show up on camera.
To be fair, he does not like big group pods.
So we kind of-
I thought you were about saying he don't like big black men.
That's not.
Yeah, he said
Is King gonna be there?
My guy.
You're out here.
Oh, man.
Nate and Chris, this is not the first time.
Oh, he's kind of collab.
So you guys actually...
He got his get back.
Your raw room experience actually has not concluded
until right now.
Okay.
So we are...
Chris, you actually referenced this clip
last time when Eddie Lacey chipped you.
Oh, he chipped the fuck out of me.
We found that, of course.
I had to pull that up.
Thank you.
This doesn't ever bother me, though.
No way you found that you went to T-T-T.
Yeah, I'm gonna bother.
Let us watch the clip.
Oh, double bumped his ass.
Wait, right.
He was up top, up top.
Watch the top of the edge.
We got the sack, though.
Yeah, he knocked me into somebody else.
God, there's a whole bunch of going on up there.
We love it.
He got me, dude.
Thank you, Eddie.
He got me.
He got me.
I remember what that felt like.
It didn't feel good.
He got me.
Nobody got me worse than Jeremy Zuda.
So shout out to Jeremy Zuda.
Back of my head hit the ground first.
There you.
Look a whale down there.
But look at Robert Quinn for a second.
Not to take your attention away from me.
Look at how good he is at football, dude.
Split him.
He was like that.
And he was different.
My God, dude.
But, of course, they're paying all that attention to me.
So Rob gets like.
Yeah, they slide to you and shit.
It's just in the crazy.
Yeah, right?
Right.
Well, they had Bacteari.
They were like, you know.
All right, Faye, what's up, man?
All right, we got one more.
Actually, we got a little bit more, actually.
Let's say one more.
Let's take it to 2017.
You know, you're with the Eagles.
Yeah.
Playing against the Seahawks.
Yep.
I missed Russell Wilson.
Yeah, wrapped inside.
Oh, stay on your feet, bro.
That's an easy.
Yeah, good, right.
They're getting dated to them.
I know.
Stay on your feet.
I know.
And then they, oh, big game.
Big game.
Big game.
It kind of losses the game.
Ah.
Oh, wow.
Yeah.
Third and nine.
But I won us to game next week.
Yeah, y'all are hell, bro.
I want us to go.
Like, hey.
It's fun when we're doing the other people because we're doing it.
Oh, my God.
If I could state my case.
I literally feel like I'm in a meeting.
And this is how I was coached my stuff up.
And this is how it was coached in the meeting.
You got to make it, Chris.
Yeah.
You got to make it.
No, no, the rush is not great.
No, the rush is not great.
Because then he turned to Fletch and he said, you got to balance that up.
That's got to be a type.
I'm just telling you.
You're running a me game.
No, we're not.
We're running a.
Reed game. It's a read game. We're not running a game.
I ran to the level.
The guy who gets the slide. And you either get there
and put the ball on the square or you don't.
But we're coaching the play.
The play could be better
from me, for sure.
But you said the rush was perfect.
The rush was perfect. I said it looked good because y'all both
climbed to the level. You still still got your
game. Here's what makes that tough. You don't see the
little motherfucker until he flashes across your eyes.
You're kind of looping inside.
He bumped you in that, really.
Yeah, he helped me out.
He told me about it, coach.
Tell him, don't talk about it.
Unculture ballads.
Don't take coach it.
Hey, today you're running with the twos.
Dude, I was.
I was the third downratcher.
Oh, he.
Hey, man, Russell, pretty good pitch there.
Great pitch.
Pretty good pitch.
Oh, my God.
All right, Chris, last one for you.
I'm a day one panthers fan.
Yeah.
So I am very familiar in 2013.
Oh, yeah.
Got ejected.
Yeah.
Great year.
Oh.
I did.
Middle fingers.
That was hilarious.
I don't.
I kind of lost control of myself here.
Hair mouth.
So people were fucking with Robert.
Yep.
And then so I punched the guy.
I don't know.
Well, it didn't start.
It started with in the locker room,
Jeff Fisher saying,
guys,
it's going to start a fight.
And you said to two reckless, crazy motherfuckers
and me and Ray Ray,
right,
and literally the first kickoff return.
We went out and just,
fired off from the motherfucker
immediately like, yeah,
maybe.
Wow.
The tone was set for the game.
It was very chippy.
So you guys were coachable, huh?
Yes, we were very coachable.
Now, we were trying to win the game.
We were trying to win the fight.
We were coached to cause trouble.
Yes, yes, yes, yeah, yeah.
But no, I punched somebody.
I ended up in the locker room with Les Sneed,
just me and Les Sneed watching the football game.
Not less need.
Look Chris in that
Broad, hot rod
Hold on, check him out
Hot Rod,
Hey, no,
Rob better get his ass about it up in there
Hot Rod better get his ass about it
There it was,
Oh shit
There it was
Oh shit
That's a shit
Small fucker here, dog
Chris really didn't
punch no back
No I did
Swing
I had a swole up knuckles
From because I hit him
in the face mask
Like a DB
That's a DB dude bro
That is a DB move
Look at Cam
Right in front of the rest
Look at Cambrose
Right in front of the rest
Did it right in?
Did somebody
Throw somebody
Thoum
And I just pointed to him
Oh yeah
They thought
And they thought I flicked him off
Yeah
So they were writing an article
About how I flicked off
The fucking fans or whatever
Such a bad boy
It was him
No dude
Fucking rock star
Yeah for sure
Yeah for sure
I mean, it did it like you flicked them all
And you pointed
You pointed like a carrot
Yeah
Yeah
Yeah
It was a carrot
It was a carrot point
There's no recourse
It just feels terrible
To get ejected
Yeah
Then y'all end up losing
Yeah
We got like all those games
Sam Bradford tore's ACL that game
Yeah
It was a bad day
Bad day at the office
Bad day at the office.
I think you're done.
He's done.
Yeah.
That's pretty,
that's pretty fucking gentle.
Thank you.
It's gentle.
All right, Nate.
We're going to go to 2008
when Virginia was playing
number three USC.
Oh.
Oh, dude.
98.
Yeah, 98 in the D-Tackle.
Oh, talking about the niggins getting thrown out of the club?
You're talking about the niggins?
Oh, Jesus Christ.
But this is the shit I'd be talking about.
When they're in your lap,
but you ain't got a check.
Somebody else has to make that play.
Well, they don't have a choice.
I'm taking two.
I'm taking two.
Hey, no, no.
No, you wasn't.
No, you wasn't.
He's taking you.
Bro, I'm taking two.
Someone should be making the tackle,
bro.
You know what movie you're supposed to do?
Look, look, we made the running back.
Look, we made the running back.
You didn't make the running back do anything.
You stand in the second there.
He said, you didn't make a thing.
No D-Line coach, you'll never tell you,
if you getting cooked out of there, just fall down?
I ain't gonna lie.
I ain't gonna lie.
Hey, off the rip, you just stood straight up,
and he head-budded the fuck out of your shit.
Yeah, that's a rough block.
Nah, yeah.
It happens.
Hey, I ain't gonna lie.
I ain't gonna lie.
It does just happen.
Hey, first game of the season, bro.
And these boys, hey, they was for real.
I ain't gonna lie.
No, they, they, I was on the side of this.
It was, and, and, and.
Why are you saying like this?
Because I was kind of like, man,
man, I came home for this.
And it was hot as shit.
I think what, Ray Mal Luga, he couldn't even fly home because, bro, the nigga was having
full body cramps.
It was so fucking humid here, bro.
And they just, they, they just, I don't even think he played the whole game.
You got any more loaded up for having?
Yeah, one more.
Okay, cool.
Last one?
Yeah.
2009, when you guys were playing Georgia Tech and the triple option.
Oh, fuck.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, yeah.
This is nasty, he says.
Uh-oh.
Oh!
Hey.
Head on the swing.
Hey, that's when you're just running through the park.
Yeah, in the rain, dude.
Oh, my team's my name-made.
Oh, yeah, I run through the park.
And a fucking hitter come across the street.
Oh, Derek gonna make the tackle?
Baa.
Hey, look both ways before you cross the street.
God, damn.
That was a little happy job.
Like that, running back, you can lose the angle on him so fast.
You don't want to look away.
No, you better look away.
Hey, you better look down the street.
He got me.
He got it.
He did.
Did you happen to look up my stats for this game?
Oh.
I had 16 tackles, by the way.
You all listen to him.
I got six.
Damn.
How many TFS?
Bro, I went.
He said he was making him 10 yards on the field.
We just saw what happened last place.
I thought this was a touchdown game.
That was Maryland, though.
No, look at me.
Yeah, that's Maryland.
All right.
Is that the same game?
Is it the, was it your senior year?
Oh, maybe it wasn't.
Maybe that wasn't.
Oh, yeah.
No, a different game.
Different game.
You got credited with one ten.
Oh.
Oh.
Yeah.
There it is.
There it is.
Hey.
Hey.
Hey.
Hey.
Oh, boy.
You balling so hard in your mind.
A whole other game is being played on that field, boy.
Oh, another game.
I remember something like one of them
Georgia Tech games
Hey
To my defense, bro
When you're playing the triple option
You got to, hey, you got to be
You gotta play fundamental
You got to play a lot of assists
Lineback is supposed to have
Do your job
So you got to do your job
I say hold up
Wait a minute
Something ain't right
Hey guys
Hey thank you for tapping in
Thank you to the roomies for coming to Charleston
This is long overdue
We hope we do it again
You're having this one.
Next out, now we're coming to Nashville next.
And you come to...
Hell, yeah.
And we're hitting the river tomorrow.
Hey.
Who gonna drown?
Oh, hello.
