What's your most confident pick? Oh, I would have to say the over in the Chiefs and Panthers game, Chris. I can't believe that there are a couple over under totals. that are higher than this game right now. You got Mahomes, who's fresh off an easy-looking win off the Jets. He really hasn't had that wow game yet. I mean, I know he went for 400, but, you know, four touchdowns. That was the Jets.

Like, and Carolina's defense is just, it seems to be getting worse and worse by the week to me. Ever since they lost Kwan Shore up middle, you know, in the middle of that D-line, it just felt like teams have done whatever they wanted. So I love two-gloved Teddy in this situation because he's just going to keep firing too. I imagine KC goes out to a lead. So we're going to go over the total with the Chiefs and the Panthers. I could definitely see it. I could see like a 35, 20 game.

Yeah. And with a little bit of distance to close. I'm going to go the Texans game. Texans take them however you can get them. Take them however you can get them. And it's like no disrespect to the kid from Oregon State. right? That's where he went to school. Luton.

You've seen him play in college. You watch him more than me. He doesn't seem like he's going to be a ready-made guy with no training camp. That whole deal. Yes. You know, so like... And Texans off a buy, right? Yeah.

So, I mean, it's, it's going to be, I feel like this is going to be a game where the Texans are starved for a win and they see this as an opportunity to get in a good mood. It's not going to put them in the playoff hunt or anything like that. This team's done. But they're much better than their record. indicates and I think you know now that they fired Bill the good vibes can get rolling a little bit

and they could use this one I like the Texans however you can get them one in six versus one and six hard to go yeah one team's tanking the other has done it unintentionally so I'm gonna go Raiders over the Chargers

I don't know what it is with the Chargers but man time after time I just feel like the Raiders are our better football team. I know the Chargers are more guys on the D-line. I'm feeling that Herbert's due for a below average game or maybe just an average game. I mean, he's just been chucking it. Unbelievable.

And I'll tell you what, good for him because I would do the same thing if I had guys like Keenan Allen and Mike Williams, man. Like, go up and give those guys a chance at some passes. And he's done that. They just haven't been able to close games. On the other side, I really feel like the Raiders have things going in the way. Gruden starts to, you know, get more comfortable. Carr's got a lot of nice pieces on that offense.

Still waiting for the rookie Edwards, but Ruggs is coming around. Obviously, Waller at tight end. And Jacobs is just a bell cow, man. Like, no one talks about that, dude. He does every single thing well you want in a running back. So I like the Raiders and a pick-em in that game. Yeah, it's an interesting one. I would tend to agree with you only because I'd be betting with my heart

if I took the Chargers. I love Justin Herbert. He's one of the best quarterbacks in the league already. Okay, like, let's just, that's not being, that's not being, what was it, sensational when I say, he's one of, if you had to start a franchise

and you had a pool of AFC quarterbacks, he's probably two for me, behind Patrick Mahomes. So, I mean, that would be a tough one for me. I like the over there. I like the over there. I do think both those teams score, no weather this week in L.A. on the West Coast.

So far. Yeah, so far. I mean, I fell into that one last week with Cleveland and Vegas. Didn't quite realize how windy it would be. The wind is real, dude. When people talk over-unders, you've got wind way more than rain or snow. Yeah. Wind is crazy effective.

Yeah, and it's funny because you're like, you know, I put the bed in early in the week, and I'm thinking, well, maybe the wind will change because that's what wind does, right? wind changes. Yeah, it's the mistake on the lake. The wind goes different ways in Cleveland. I should have just, I should have just hedged. I'll go, I'll go Seattle. They're going to be given about a field goal.

And it's kind of, it's moved back and forth a little bit, depending on when you've looked at it. This is simple for me. Who's got the better defense? Lately, I'm not sure. And with the addition of, is Dunlap going to play this week and is Jamal Adams coming back? Those are two big questions for me.

I know Adams is trying to play. He's still talking about it's growing. Adams comes back. It's a different defense and who's the quarterback you trust more in this spot? Russell Wilson. Who's got better weapons? Even with Stefan Diggs, I'd probably take Seattle's weapons over

Buffalo. So Seattle's been playing better. They're coming off a nice win against the Niners. And Buffalo has been kind of sliding even though they've won a few games. So give me the Seahawks, even with the trip back east. And Russ, his demise on the East Coast in these early games, I think it's a one o'clock, has been greatly exaggerated.

He's been pretty solid in those spots. So give me the Seahawks. What you got to do? I, you mentioned the Seahawks there. It feels like the Seahawks and the Rams have done a ton of traveling early in this season. You know, like it always feels like they've had multiple games on the East Coast, one o'clock. But I don't know. I haven't dug into it. I should have fact-checked.

Definitely the RAM thing. I mean, like, they've really gotten the short end of the stick there. And then the team that beat the Rams last week, my dolphins are going out west to face the Cardinals off a buy. I like the Cardinals here. I really like what I've seen from the defense from Arizona.

They got a lot of good. I mean, the secondary, I know Buddha got hawked, but Buddha has been unbelievable with what he could do. I mean, we talk about Jamal Adams all the time. Buddha's right there, man. Like, as far as versatility and coverage and rushing the passer and tackling an open field, like, I'm good for him that he had that payday because he's the guy that in college at Washington,

I couldn't get my eyes off of. That Washington secondary was phenomenal, and I remember him from back there. So I just, I knew he was going to be a guy. They're really turning things around. I feel like, you know, Cliff has to trust. a Kyler and those guys on offense with the play call. And I'll tell you one thing. I know Drake is probably going to be out. But that Chase Edmonds, man, he might step, they might step in some

doo-do hair because he just feels like he's more versatile. He does everything well. He's more of a stronger runner after he catches the ball out of the backfield. He could also take the ball inside the tackle. So I think, I think, too, is going to get some things thrown at him that he hasn't seen before. Yeah. And I just, I don't like his support and cast that much. No, this is the week. This is the week. Like last week we talked about it, he got a big, you know, cushion because of the...

He didn't have to do one thing. The points they created. Arizona's blitz packages, if they're good enough to throw Russ off his game, they're going to be good enough to throw a rookie off his game. So I would agree with you there. Yeah, we're going to lay those points with Arizona. Three, I'm having a hard time picking between the Falcons and the Steelers.

if you can get the Steelers under two touchdowns, if you can get it like 13 and a half or even at 14, take the Steelers. How many points are the Cowboys going to score on the Steelers? Less than 10. How many points do you think the Steelers are going to score on the Cowboys? I mean, probably 30 at least,

unless they're just, you know, trying to raise the Alps. I think this game is going to get ugly. I don't want to overthink it. I'll go Steelers, although you could look at Atlanta as well. I'm going to give out the Steelers. Okay.

Yeah. Very good. So what's the college game of the week this week, Steve? Kansas is playing at Oklahoma, Chris. We know our love for Kansas, how bad they are this year. The overrunners around 63. I think Oklahoma could get there themselves. But you know what?

We might have the Jayhawks score a couple touchdowns. So we're going to go over the total 63. Should I just take the team total for Oklahoma's team total? I'm trying to do the math there. It's 63, so they're given 38. 63, I don't know. Yeah, I try and do it every week.

I'm the worst. My brain is so fraud, dude. My brain is so fraud. Not for the reasons you might be thinking. I'm just tired. A couple of late nights. I'll look hard. Yeah, late night staring at John King's big board.

wins this game I'll call them the best offense of land of the country let me give you a dog here because I've been giving out dogs I've been giving out dogs like the SPCA here okay I fucking just giving them out. I had Sincey, I had Miami beaten San Francisco, and I had one other one I don't remember. It's just I'm losing track of all the bold predictions I'm making here. This is

the week it probably stops, but I'm going to go with the Bears to beat the Titans outright. I think defense. Yeah, that's why they made that trade. I really like the Desmond King move. I really like Desmond King move because

they've really struggled to replace Logan, Ryan. And up front, they haven't gotten the numbers out of Clowney. You know, that whole thing. Man, I don't get that. Like, I really don't because in the past, I've argued with people, and I've said he's a really good player. The numbers aren't always there.

He's a fucking problem. But this year, it just hasn't kind of come together there. I don't even think he's had the year he had in Seattle. No. No. Seattle, he took over a couple games. Yeah. So he's a confusing player. He's a confusing player.

That defense is an issue. I like the Bears to win that one outright. We'll see what Nikki Glazer has to say. Chiefs Panthers this weekend. Any scoring a roll. I don't know what scores are in football. I like can't do it. I can't.
