Firstly, we'll be hearing the Viking story of Heem. Heimdahl. Heimdahl is the god that keeps watch for invaders and the onset of Ragnarok. He protects the bifrost, the rainbow bridge which links Earth that is known as Midgard, to Asgard, the home of the gods. In popular culture, he is played by Idris Elba in the Marvel films, which of course is a very different story. You will hear how Heimdal tells a story of how things come to be, a creation tale to Hanessa, the God of Desire and the daughter of Freya. After this story, you will hear a deep gratitude meditation, where we look for gratitude and thanks in all parts of our lives. You can sit or lie down listening to this meditation.

He would sound it to let the dwellers in Asgard know that one was crossing the rainbow bridge. and Heimdell told little Hinesse how he had trained himself to hear the grasses grow. You could see the night as well, as well as the day. He never slept. He had nine mothers, he told Hinesa. As she sat beside him, day after day, Heimdell would tell little Hnesa how all things began.

He had lived from the beginning of time and he knew all things before Asgard was built he said And before Odin lived What was then was the chasms of chasms There was knife helm There was muffle helm A veilgamer that pulled out 12 rivers

The chasms of chasms Janungagap The chasms of chasms filled up with ice The waters of the rivers froze As they poured into it Musfer helm came clouds of fire that turned the ice into thick mists. It fell down again in drops of dew.

Here the giant, who escaped drowning in Yamir's blood, had sons and daughters in Jottenheim. They hated Odin, and his sons and strove against them, lightened up the world. On the topmost branch, a branch that is so high that the gods themselves can hardly see it,

there is an eagle that knows all things. Off his eagle, a hawk is perched. place of the dead. Here there is an evil dragon named Nidhog that gnaws constantly at the root, striving to destroy the tree of trees. And Ratatostk, the squirrel of mischief, behold him now, runs up and down the tree, making trouble between the eagle above and the dragon below. he goes to tell the dragon how the eagle is bent upon tearing him to pieces and goes back to tell the eagle how the dragon plans to devour him. The story that he brings to Nidhog

make the evil dragon more fiercely want to destroy the tree of trees so that he may come upon the eagle and devour him. There are two wells by the roots of the tree, and one is above, and one is below. One is beside the root that grows in Jottenheim is a one of knowledge, and it is guarded by old Mimmer the Wise. Whoever drinks out of this well knows of all things, that will come to be. The other well is by the root that grows above us guard, No one may drink out of this well.

The three sisters that are holy norns guard it, to water the tree of trees, that the tree of life may keep green and strong. This well, little Hinesa, is called Erda's well. And little Hanesa heard that by Erda there were two beautiful white swans that made in music that the dwellers of Nazgard often heard.

but Hanessa was too young to hear the music but was made by the swans of Erdha's well. Aition on gratitude, knowledge and gratitude is a very important life blessing. Make several moments to feel grateful we are changing our lives for the better. Find a place ensuring that you will not be disturbed for this recording. We will go through in scenarios that the human, that could fit exactly into your life. So really feel in your own body gratitude for being able to have this experience. Some of these experiences you may not personally relate to. Hear these stories. Think of someone you know who the story pertains and extend gratitude to them. Imagining how

they are so blessed, deeply relaxed. Greatest opportunities a person can be gifted that grows between you and your child. It's more giving than anything you could possibly buy. Experience now the feeling of the love between you and your children right now. Remember the moments you have collected together so far.

With these feelings, acknowledgement and acknowledge that you have immense gratitude for what your child has given you. I even feel grateful for the hard times that you have made it through together. to feel a sense of or to give to your child and say, and feelings and so right now, appreciate this recording that you are listening to and relaxation, and appreciate the one that gets you from place to place upon your body, upon your skin,

Breathe in and airing these people you have never met but are important to you for assistance because you are a good person. Improvements on a consistent basis.
