Starting point is 00:01:59 Tonight, you're going to be listening to a sleep hypnosis episode about controlling and clearing your anxiety. This is a fast process and you'll feel happy, very confident and in control. You'll learn techniques to clear your anxiety fast today and in the future. We'll go to a special place where anxiety does not exist and we'll learn to go there whenever you need to in the future. So please close your eyes, get comfortable, and listen to this recording in a place where you can safely sleep.
Starting point is 00:02:57 Begin or you let go completely and go into a deeply relaxed state. You just let yourself listen carefully to everything I say and let it happen automatically. there will be a point where you don't need to consciously think and your subconscious or take over so firstly get as comfortable as possible move around let your body sink into the surface take a deep breath exhale
Starting point is 00:03:49 take another deep breath in your face into relax and soften relaxes, detenses with all the lines around your eyes will begin to relax all by themselves
Starting point is 00:04:30 you continue breathing without thinking about it you'll soon enter a peaceful restful state there is nothing important for your conscious mind to do there is nothing really important
Starting point is 00:05:04 except the activities of your subconscious mind can just be as automatic as dreaming you can forget your dreams when you awake responding as becoming deeper and slower and your mind and body become more relaxed as you get more stress from your body
Starting point is 00:06:01 as you take big breaths deeply and much more easily and freely. With every deep breath, your body feels doubly relaxed with all stress and tension, leaving every part of you, leaving every muscle. To drift off into a relaxed state, you can really enjoy relaxing more and your subconscious mind. will listen to every word I say, and your mind becomes so relaxed, so hopes becoming less important for you to consciously listen to my voice. Your subconscious mind can hear me though, even if I whisper, you are continuing to drift into a more relaxed.
Starting point is 00:07:57 and detect as you sink secrets, feelings, sensations and behaviour. You're completely letting go at your own pace. I can continue becoming more relaxed and comfortable. Loves are solved rapidly now and you experience. Deep relaxation, it feels your body. It feels your mind. Well, that's anything bother you. This time is just, and you can be pleasantly surprised.
Starting point is 00:10:35 You are getting much closer to becoming deeply relaxed. And you're beginning to realize that you don't care whether or not you are going into deep relaxation. Listen to my voice. You are having a very enjoyable experience. Pleasant, peaceful and completely relaxing experience. It seems so natural to do this right now, to enjoy this. It feels natural to listen to this. And you might do it in future bedtimes if you want to.
Starting point is 00:12:06 and if you do, every time you listen to my voice, it becomes more enjoyable. And the messages, and you may receive more benefits, but you can really enjoy it tonight. Enjoy the sensations of comfort, peacefulness, the sensations will automatically from this amazing wonder. I've decided to continue and experience something just for you. You were learning something about yourself.
Starting point is 00:14:03 You are developing your own techniques of therapy without knowing you are developing them. You can have it as a surprise sooner or later a very pleasant surprise now imagine yourself in a place that you like very much it could be a place
Starting point is 00:14:33 you've been before or completely new it could be by a lake by an ocean by a beach perhaps you are floating gently on a sailboat on a peaceful lake
Starting point is 00:14:53 and continuing to relax even more now, to becoming even more comfortable. You're in your own world now, very much. You are going to find that any time you want to spend a few minutes by yourself, relaxing and feeling very comfortable, feeling very serene, you can always automatically go back to the feeling you're experiencing now you can come back to this safe place you can put yourself
Starting point is 00:15:54 into this world any time you like there are times when you will want this serene feeling and it's yours whenever you want it continue enjoying this pleasant experience
Starting point is 00:16:23 as your subconscious mind is receiving everything I tell you by the way automatically respond to the things I am saying sit here
Starting point is 00:16:51 that every muscle in your body is becoming Again, doubly relapse. You feel so good. Seeing feeling. Washes over from your head to the tips of your toes. washes and cleanses your body from the inside. Any stress, tension or uncomfortableness.
Starting point is 00:17:51 And it feels so good. And you feel so amazing. Each muscle is becoming relaxed. And the feeling flows, making you feel even more relaxed. It flows up and down your body to be there. And as your body becomes so relaxed, your mind relaxes more. That's really what we want to do when your mind is relaxed. You can really achieve anything you can think of.
Starting point is 00:18:58 In a moment, I'm going to ask you slowly. to begin counting out, starting from the number 100. Each number, simply say to yourself, deeper, relax, and after you double your mental and physical relaxation will grow twice as calm, still and serene, and your body will feel so good. Now if you do this,
Starting point is 00:19:54 You'll discover by the time you just say a few numbers. Your body and mind will be relaxed so beautifully and so completely. The numbers will just kind of flow out. The future words will wash over you. But the words you hear will eventually wash over you. So let's start with 100. 99, deeply relaxed. 98, the numbers may begin to grow dim and distant.
Starting point is 00:21:04 97, deeply relaxed. I'd become less important in your mind's eye. 96, deeply relax. And when you're ready, just push them out of your mind. 95, deeply relaxed. If you want to push them all out and just let them, they will go. That you fall deeply relaxed. And you can just let them go and they will be gone.
Starting point is 00:22:01 Before the numbers are gone, you become so deeply relaxed. Those may just become distant. Now going to learn the art of controlling anxiety. I'll letting go of stress, embracing relaxation as a result of listening to me now. All stress and anxiety has left your body. And you can do this on your own. You feel so happy and so confident. And you are now in control.
Starting point is 00:23:43 I want you to do right now. Lose your imagination. Imagine a scene in your mind. To visualize yourself at a wonderful place, a place where there is no anxiety whatsoever. It could be someplace that you've been before, or it could be new. And if you can't think of an anxiety free place, you may just go ahead, create one in your mind. It can be fantasy. Or it can be a real place.
Starting point is 00:24:50 Just visualize it and imagine it. And maybe you can't. If you can't imagine it, just think about it. You can even surround yourself with things, activities or even people, you find extremely enjoyable. Or you can just be on your own and take a few moments
Starting point is 00:25:32 and create the scene in your mind and as soon as you have the scene in your mind wipe it to yourself in your mind's eye it's very clear it's a wonderful self to feel twice as comfortable as you do right now deep breath exhale right out self to relax feel so loose
Starting point is 00:27:20 and at ease so calm and realise that you are in a place where nothing affects you There is no anxiety. Where you are completely safe. Now commit this place to memory. Remember every detail.
Starting point is 00:27:56 Because in the future, any time you find yourself confronted by what used to be a stressful or anxiety provoking situation, or having any kind of stress whatsoever you need to do is take three deep breaths and allow yourself to remember coming back to this wonderful stress-free place that you have created for yourself, a place of wonder and relaxation
Starting point is 00:28:41 which you are still experiencing right now. Whenever you think of something or a situation that has caused you a small amount of anxiety in the past as soon as you feel that little bit of anxiety acknowledge it then take a deep breath just let the negativity flow away and then take your second deep breath and allow yourself to feel wonderful.
Starting point is 00:29:28 Coming back to your special place where anxiety doesn't exist. Where it's just peaceful. A place where you can just relax and be at ease on your own. Wonderful place.
Starting point is 00:29:55 This is your place. A special place. imagined or it can be anywhere or any place and it's where anxiety doesn't exist anymore and if you are anxious in the future and you can imagine yourself back here and anxiety free so take a deep breath and just allow any negativity to flow away and take a second deep breath, allow yourself to feel wonderful. Back in that special place. And when you're ready, you take that third deep breath and allow yourself to allow that.
Starting point is 00:31:02 You can do this in the future. In the day or at night, just take deep, calming breaths and imagine yourself in your calming special place. And it feels so great. It feels so good and you imagine yourself coming back here again and again and when you go back there
Starting point is 00:31:34 has dropped away from you your anxiety just floats away like clean wet laundry on a washing line getting drier and drier because you have experienced anxiety-free
Starting point is 00:32:02 special place You can come back here at any time in your mind's eye. When you do wake up, leave fresh and without anxiety. And if it does return, you've learned to go to your special place where anxiety does not exist anymore. You can access this.
