Starting point is 00:03:12 where everything can soften where the weight of everything can just melt into the bed beneath you and your nervous system can finally relax and exhale itself as you breathe deeply in and then relax and exhale and you already begin to feel more relaxed more relaxed more ready to accept healing energy into your body and he melts more into the comfortable bed and if your eyes are open still just allow them
Starting point is 00:04:09 to gently close on the next outbreath and if they're already closed just imagine the feeling of them getting softer heavier with all the little muscles around your eyes just softening and letting go
Starting point is 00:04:43 your whole face softening your forehead soothing and smoothing your jaw relaxing your shoulders dropping and you just feel a little bit more deeply relaxed
Starting point is 00:05:08 and as you listen you might find your breath becoming slower and deeper and that's just happening all on its own. You don't have to think about it. You don't have to change it. You don't really have to actively think about anything. My voice may come in and out, but your subconscious takes over. You're just aware of relaxing.
Starting point is 00:05:48 of relaxing more as you begin to shift inward. As your body prepares to heal, prepares to relax deeply as it prepares to regenerate. You regenerate the more you relax and you might just notice your breath as you breathe in. feeling the air, it's so cool as it enters your body and perhaps warm when it leaves it.
Starting point is 00:06:46 This is all part of the gentle movement of your body. The soft rise and fall as he fall asleep and you want to make sure that your belly is gently moving. You don't want your shoulders moving up and down. because that is a sign of stressful, shallow breathing. You want to be doing slow deep breaths through your body and that encourages calm. It encourages peace, it encourages relaxation and body renewal and every breath is an invitation. The invitation to release, let go.
Starting point is 00:07:55 Just a little bit more. With every breath, you can just run out. Let it off if you want to move. Which feels even more comfortable. Just get into that perfect position because you feel so good. You feel so amazing. That's good. So good.
Starting point is 00:08:31 piece another little layer of tension when you exhale out. The tension moves out of your neck, out of your shoulders, out of your back and chest and belly, until your body starts to float on the breath. Light you feel so deep that you're sinking into relaxing more as your body relaxes a little bit more. You feel so good. You feel feel faded away. Where from your body into your hips, part of you relaxing, into your thighs,
Starting point is 00:10:22 calves, feet feel so relaxed. From the top of your head to the tits of your toes. Can you imagine a relaxing feeling? flow relaxing you deep every muscle every ligament every bone
Starting point is 00:11:02 every cell within just flows through your body everything it hits you feel so good so amazing so calm so ready
Starting point is 00:11:43 for sleep and recharge to recharge your body to wake up tomorrow feeling so fresh this feeling it feels so good and as you enjoy this feeling just realise
Starting point is 00:12:20 that in the moment you'll begin to step inside a new space inside yourself designed just for you a space and place where exhaustion
Starting point is 00:12:43 just drains away, soaks into you like walls sunlight. The light is recharging you like it recharges nature with every breath you take you drift into this new space. You might imagine now folding gently in front of you. Maybe it's a winding woodland path or a smooth stone trail lined with soft ups at something else
Starting point is 00:13:53 entirely a space that only to see it clearly you can just sense it feel it trust that your subconscious mind is guiding you to exactly the right place place where exhaustion can melt away and the deeper parts of you
Starting point is 00:14:34 can finally rest notice how your feet feel as you begin to move along this path you don't even need to try you can just carry you on effortlessly lighter than the last the sound of your steps crunch of gravel, the whisper of leaves and a foot, hush, of wind through tall grass.
Starting point is 00:15:31 Everything here is peaceful, still and safe, and up ahead. Just a little further. You're not sure what it is yet, but you can feel it calling you, like the mem of someone kind, wrapping, wrapping a blanket around your shoulders or the feeling you had once upon a time when you were held without needing to be strong that glow
Starting point is 00:16:19 your sanctuary of sleep and the closer you get to it the deeper your body relaxes the mind let's go like your floating gently forward.
Starting point is 00:16:51 By calm, you may begin to feel that soft glow. Soaking into your skin now, melting in to the muscles of your neck, spreading down into your shoulders, melting tension like sunlight, melting snow. And as you walk, you see something ahead, a staircase
Starting point is 00:17:35 carved into the earth curving gently down leading you deeper into rest when there are ten steps in total each one your body sinks into deeper relaxation this is the staircase
Starting point is 00:18:03 of relaxation when you've reached the bottom you'll feel so deeply So let's begin that now. Stepping down into calm. With each step, the noise of the world fades further away. Your body relaxes even more.
Starting point is 00:18:48 Begins to settle into your lives. Thoughts slow and soften like clouds drifting out of sight. Halfway down and feeding doubly. deeply relaxed. It feels so good. The glow surrounds you. Peaceful, quiet and healing. Three, deep inside. Something begins to replenish. Two, doubly deeply relaxed again. Feeling so utterly relaxed to the floor. You breathe it. Your body has been able to be. waiting for a long space that has all images formed together. Forming it could be a comfortable bed with a nest of blankets and pillows like clouds.
Starting point is 00:21:04 Maybe this fire crackling gently nearby, flickering in the distance by your subconscious, giving you the most perfect to smell the air, which smells like a lavender or vanilla. You've other scent of fresh rain dry season. There is nothing you need to do. No one to take care. Before everything Godth and you're taking time out. Forning a just for you. You can bring that.
Starting point is 00:24:39 But you don't need to do anything but just rest as you sing as something shifting. Mind and nervous system begins to remember what it truly means to rest. And as you rest here, There are some things you begin to notice. You know that you are not broken. You are not weak. You are not behind to lesser. You are just simply tired.
Starting point is 00:25:54 Being tired is a sign of effort. It is when you've been strong for a bit too long. So accept the tideness. let it be here without needing to fix it you imagine now a river of exhaustion that's been running through your body
Starting point is 00:26:36 heavy and fast carrying the weight of overwork overgiving and overthinking and as you rest in this place that river begins to slow you don't have to do anything
Starting point is 00:27:01 You can just be here because something inate, something ancient and wise, something even genetic, knows how to recover. Your body knows and just like a garden. There's nothing wrong with it. It's simply resting. Leave the surface. Renewal is always, and it just happens in spring. You don't need to push yourself.
Starting point is 00:28:01 to bloom again because your body knows from your body go into the soil of your mind and it knows when to flourish as you give yourself permission to breathe to rebalance as you restore as you recharge as you reload the nervous system just a little more bit by bit goes through taking you in like a warm but you won't overdo it to the future you'll rest, you'll give yourself permission to rest and reset just like you're
Starting point is 00:29:33 because everyone needs to it's not weakness to rather rest to treat yourself well that's a strength and it's something not only you need as you rest here.
Starting point is 00:30:11 I want you to imagine a lantern at the very centre of your chest a soft light once bright now flickering from too many days not getting enough rest it never was
Starting point is 00:30:44 it's just now waiting for you to come back to it and as you rest now as your shoulders drop The light begins to grow again, not by force, not by effort, relaxation and stillness. With every breath, the flame strengthens the cause and every moment's fuel to the fire within you. Become steady and brighter again, soft, radiant and powerful, illuminating your whole being. from the inside out because you were never meant to live.
Starting point is 00:31:55 You were meant to shine, shine strong. You'll enjoy this moment. Of feeling so good. Every time you notice light and candlelight in the future or the sound of a soft exhale, your body remembers this light within you. This feeling, this moment, This moment of restoring your power.
Starting point is 00:32:46 That's your anchor now. So even tomorrow, when something pulls at your energy again, you can pause. See the light that yourself drop back into peace your rewriting patterns now. Not overnight,
Starting point is 00:33:29 but gradually, naturally. To the sound of my voice, to this hypnosis more and more, you'll gradually and naturally remember how to switch off, how to switch off your mind and body, to rest your nervous system. Maybe, just maybe, you will learn that you deserve rest. You believe that you deserve rest. you'll know that you've earned him
Starting point is 00:34:34 or grow stronger every night as your body rests here in stillness and your mind drifts deeper into peace where you wake up feeling safe for relax maybe it's tomorrow morning maybe you swing your feet over the side of the bed
Starting point is 00:35:04 for the first time in a long time you don't feel the dread of doing you feel the relief of being might take a breath and feel something unfamiliar like a little spark of hope and you're returning
Starting point is 00:35:31 and you might smile to yourself but it feels good to have that spark again it feels good to be more like yourself and you return to yourself and you feel calm you feel good for something inside of you is different now may not even realise
Starting point is 00:36:08 how much is different until you find yourself resting more giving yourself time to look after yourself perhaps even saying no to things that drain you without guilt
Starting point is 00:36:30 you're choosing rest over productivity without needing to explain in this moment you know a change has begun because the deepest healing always comes from the softest place as you just drift
Starting point is 00:36:58 letting go of today letting go of the days before before, putting go of expectations and stress, letting go of any constructs, that you are always in demand because for tonight at least can spin and you are safe, it's like a feather, and your body melts into the mattress. It's like the earth. You are allowed to let go, to heal, quietly deeply and fully, you notice it becomes more easier. Each night of rest will become easier, but become deeper. Each dream more peaceful.
Starting point is 00:38:38 As you recharge yourself, bit by bit, to do this yourself. Listening to my voice will help you, but you learn how to relax deeply every night. As you sink and float, as you drift away into dreams and healing, as you recharge into sleep.
