So let's begin, so welcome, to this mindful meditation that will improve your quality of sleep.
There are many reasons why you should practice mindful reflection.
It will help you to get more insights about your thoughts, feelings, values and beliefs, and the aspirations you have.
Listening to mindful reflection just before you go to sleep can be very beneficial
as it will calm your mind and allow you to have a good night's rest.
A good night's rest that will be perfect for you.
Perhaps you've tried reflecting before, but that's only kept you awake.
You might even worry that you're not getting enough sleep.
Sometimes we keep asking ourselves why this is happening.
Instead of asking ourselves, what is happening?
This small change can help us create a useful habit of calm in this mindful reflection.
And you can fall asleep easily every time.
Ask the question.
What helps you prepare for sleep and to fall asleep faster?
Being worried and upset.
Or being calm and doing something that helps you to relax and calm your mind.
You can become more relaxed and calm at will.
Perhaps you can make a list of a few things that you could do to prepare yourself asleep.
and create this as a useful hammet to help you relax and fall asleep more quickly and calmly every night.
You can practice a breathing technique and start journaling or simply find and listen to a guided meditation or sleep hypnosis like this one to mindfully reflect.

Just like right now,
one of the most popular breathing techniques
is the 4-56 method.
This technique helps you calm and slow down
any racing thoughts you may have
and it's very simple.
All you do is to take an inhale breath
to the count of four
then at four
hold your breath
to the count of five
and finish
by slowly exhaling
to the count of six
let's do it together
make yourself comfortable
at ease
to fully experience
the relaxation
that this breathing technique
brings
start now
by slowly inhaling
two
three
four
hold your breath
for five seconds
one
two
three
four
five
and let go of any tension
by now
slowly exceining
one

and complete
Relax now.
Just like that.
Completely relax.
When you're ready,
take another deep breath,
slowly in.
Three,
hold it for five seconds.
Two,
three,
four,
five.
And then let it out and relax.
Two,
three,
four,
five.
As you're feeling
more relaxed and completely calm now. You can continue your relaxation with this breathing
technique all by just following my voice and the sound of this guided meditation until you
fall into a deep, restful sleep. That's it. Just relax. Just breathe, breathe deeply and become
aware of small movements that your body is making while you're inhaling and exhaling.
Notice when you are more relaxed, is it when you breathe in or when you breathe out?
Is that a relaxed awareness affecting other parts of your body as you're getting relaxed right now?
Notice how calm you are and how good you feel.
You can feel relaxation.
Start at the top of your head.
Flowing into your face.
Relaxing the muscles there.
Relaxing all the little muscles around your eyes.
This relaxing feeling flows into your neck.
Relaxing everything it comes into contact.
It flows down.
going down the spine, relaxing all the joints of the spine, all the little muscles,
until it reaches, relaxing and soothing all muscles, and getting rid of all pain, flows into your upper chest,
relaxing all the muscles there, and it flows down into your stomach, relaxing your
stomach allowing you to do deep belly breathing,
a nourishing breath and he feels so good as this relaxing feeling
flows into your hips and pelvis and into your legs.
Your upper legs and they're relaxing all so at eyes to your calves.
Relaxing all the large muscles.
Lacking feeling flows into your toes so you've become
I'm fully relaxed.
From the top of your head, down to the tips.
And to relax you completely.
I'm going to count from 10 to 1
and this will help you let go of any remaining tension.
Preparing to let yourself go.

And you're doubling your relaxation now and in your mind's eye.
You're repairing to fall into a deep, restful and rejuvenated sense.

but you might do some mindful reflections which will allow you to have a greater understanding
of your thoughts, feelings of values of

So imagine that you are here right now.
Or if you really want to, you can be in any place of your choice.
And that you're going through your phone or app,
your video or audio players.
Searching for mindful reflections.
And guided meditations.
That will help you mindfully reflect
and fall asleep faster.
As soon as you find the recording,
you realize that relaxation,
calm and a good night's rest

and imagine yourself
making the final adjustment
putting your phone or player down
and resting your hands just the
hands just like now.

questions that will allow you to understand your thoughts

Who am I really?
What matters most in my life?
Am I living true to myself?
Am I using my time wisely?
What do I need to change about myself?
Now ask, what can I do to remove anxiety and stress?
You calmly observe your thoughts, feelings and images in your mind and images of your answers.
You know what to do going forward and by doing so, you tell your unconscious mind to support your mindful reflections and offer solutions
to improve your life
and your attention for healthy asleep
as you were doing mindful reflection
and listening to answers
you are instructing your unconscious mind
to create and send
all necessary signals
to your entire body
for you to relax
to let go
and release all tension and suspend all worries
and understand the deep meaning behind your thoughts,
feelings, values, beliefs and aspirations you have.
Am I really?
What matters most in my life?
Am I living true to myself?
Am I using my time wisely?
What do I need to change about myself?
One can fall deeply asleep you know, just by visualising falling asleep right now,
because your unconscious mind will follow your intentions and desires instantly when you relax
and imagine what you have to do to sleep.
You will now do what is required to sleep and relax.
as why you will be falling asleep
whenever you imagine yourself falling asleep
and you can do this any time you want
any time you feel like drifting off
because you are in control of yourself
and if it happens by any chance
that you wake up at night
you can now start
looking forward to going back to sleep
because this is the part of your night's rest
where you can be aware of real relaxation
calmness and tranquility
and that you will experience this every night
and you will go to bed sound asleep
and you won't wake up now in the night regularly
and if you do you embrace it
because it means you have been asleep
and it means you can go to sleep again easily.
You can use these minutes to do what's best for you.
You can even write down a dream
that you've been having or simply press that play icon again
for a new or continued guided meditation
and just leave everything to me
as I gently guide you back
to that peaceful place of relaxation,
calmness,
where deep sleep happens
and where rejuvenation occurs
each time you let go
you release all tension
and mindfully reflect
